No hope to find

Hope is for those, who feel they are not fulfilled. Yet hope will never fill them up, because hope is born out the belief that it is possible to be and have more than the formlessness of that which is one in a world where there seems to be more than one. In order for it to appear as if there is more than one, every appearance in such a world seems to have a form of its own. And as any form has a beginning and an end, no matter if you get the exact form that you hoped for, you are bound to lose it. It is a hopeless quest.

I hope for nothing. I fear nothing. I am free. A greek poem by Nikos Kazantzakis.

»I hope for nothing. I fear nothing. I am free.« Nikos Kazantzakis. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

But when you hope for nothing, there is nothing to lose, and so you are free. It is almost spiritual, but only almost because you are still in a world where there seems to be more than one. Yet not afraid to leave it, as there is nothing to hope for in such a world.

NOTE: This article is an appendix to the previous one The pathetic promise of a better life. They are both part of hack #1.1 If you are looking for the truth, you have come to the wrong place, but also part of the hack No hope is freedom from fear, that you can find in extra duality hacks.
