Happiness is only for those, who believe there is more than that which is one

Happiness is a feeling that the brain rewards you with when certain parameters, that depends on how you have chosen to be conditioned, are met. These conditions, however, can be bypassed by for example drugs or meditation, but still happiness is just a mechanical product of the brain, which needs to be counteracted with sadness, so that you know when you are happiness or sad. This is the way of duality and there is no solution to this ongoing change of contrasts than to undo the belief in duality, which does not result in something, because in non-duality there is no more than that which is one and it takes more than one to be or have something. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

»The moment when you stop worrying about what’s going to happen, you start to enjoy what’s happening.«

The above quote is found somewhere in cyberspace, where there are lots of similar ones for those hoping to found ever lasting happiness. But in a world of duality nothing can be experienced without its contrast. Night for example needs to be contrasted by day in order for you to know whether it is night or not. And without knowing the contrast of joy, you will not know when you enjoy something. Besides, without contrasts there would be no separation and therefore no world of duality to experience.

As long as you believe to be in a world of duality you will worry, because it is upsetting to believe there is more than non-duality.

The whole experience of duality though is an illusion, because non-duality is the formlessness of that which is one and what is formless is endless, so there is no more than that which is one. Yet it is possible to believe, there is more. Hence, all what is needed to stop worrying about what is going to happen is to undo this belief. The result though is not happiness, because to be or have something requires more than one. In other words, there is nothing happening, because there is no more than that which is one.
