The peace of that which is real

There is no Santa Claus in the sky on a sleigh full of gifts on his way to all the good the children. It is make-believe and so is a world of duality – inclusive astral worlds and whatnot. The graphic is grabbed from the web

The previous hack, namely, hack #2.3 Life is flat, is about how a world where there seems to be more than one seems to hide that which is one. This does not mean, however, that a world where there seems to be more than one can hide that which is one. Nothing can hide it, because there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless. Hence a world where there seems to be more than one is make-believe – just like within the context of such a world the gifts in the sleigh of Santa Claus is make-believe – and as what you believe is what you seem to see, it appears to hide non-duality.

So to speak of a world where there seems to be more than one as a layered virtual reality on top of that which is a metaphor. There is no layers on top of that which is one. That is not possible, because there is nothing outside of it.

As there a world where there seems to be more than one only appears to be there when you believe there is more than one, any explanation about such a world is an illusion, and there are no way back to the formlessness of that which is one other than undoing the belief that there is more than that.

This you do not want. Just like it seems more exciting, that it is Santa Claus bringing you gifts and not your parents, the thrill of being someone special in a world where there seems to be more than one seems more appealing than the peace of that which is one, so you choose to believe the weird story of a world where there seems to be more than one.

That is until – in the context of the Santa Claus metaphor – you stop believing there is a sleigh full of gifts, and that those gifts you get, you receive because of your parents.

In other words, the excitement you seem to experience in a world where there seems to be more than one, is only possible to experience because of that which is real, namely that which is one, and which cannot be believed, seen or experienced, as that requires more than one. That is why it is so peaceful.
