Inclusiveness makes you untouchable

You are very vulnerable when definable, but not being someone definitive you are untouchable. The way to become nobody is to not exclude anything but include everything! The graphic is grabbed from the web.

To fully include a feeling in the moment is in no way about going deeper, being more truthful or more about anything else. It is just about included the feeling, as it is in the moment.

Inclusion – contrary to exclusion – makes a moment perfect.

Going deeper and being purer are ideas of the ego, who wants to keep you occupied trying to make yourself or the world better, so that you are too busy to see that any moment is the perfect moment. Nothing is wrong and nothing is missing.

In a perfect moment you do not need more – neither less – so you do not need the help of the ego to make it better. Yet the idea of improving yourself and/or the world will most likely pop up again. No worries. It will stress you, if you include it.

You need to exclude something to become something.

If you are afraid a perfect moment is not strong enough to withhold the attacks of the ego, all you need to do about it is to not do anything but include this feeling as well. The ego lives by exclusion, so by including everything as it is, you are untouchable.

NOTES:

  • When you want to change or make a certain appearance of the world better, it has nothing to do with this appearance. It has to do with a thought or a feeling – often about not being good enough – which you want to exclude by projecting it onto something, that you judge to not be good enough, instead of including that you do not feel good enough. When the feeling of inferiority is included, the wellbeing as a person is not a matter of how certain things appear to be – if for example music or weather is good enough.
  • Being untouchable from including everything you think or feel has nothing to do with the condition of the body or the world. The body may partly or fully break down, but even though this may be experienced as painful, it will not make you suffer, because you are untouchable.
