Shortcuts to a perfect moment

Not knowing what and where you are, is the fastest shortcut to a perfect moment, because there is nobody to exclude anything, neither to include – and so every moment is the perfect moment. Nothing is wrong or missing. Everything is fine, which is the magic of it.

Another shortcut to a perfect moment is to defocus*, as with no focus there are no differences and consequently no separation. Everything is fine as it is, and so there are no worries to block out the magic of a perfect moment. You may even experience glimpses of enlightenment**, which is not to be confused with the enlightenment of that which is one though. It cannot be experienced, as it takes more than one to experience something.

*) In the articles of the hack No focus, no world defined by time and space you can read more about defocusing. See Extra Duality Hacks.

**) Check out hack #4-7.5 The inner senses, enlightenment of that which is one and glimpses of it, if you want to learn how to hear, see, taste and feel glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one.

NOTE: This article is part of hack #3.3 To include is to not exclude.
