Inclusiveness cancels out the need for being someone definitive [draft]

No matter how beautiful something is defined, it will confirm separation and therefore seems to cause suffering. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Those defining themselves as vegetarian believe it is better not to eat meat. From this, we can derive that being someone definitive is not a fact but a belief based on exclusion.

The belief in being someone definitive cannot be hacked by meditation or other techniques supposed to stop or transform something because these ideas are also founded on excluding something. But if you are inclusive, there is nothing left to define you as someone. Hence nobody seems to hide the formlessness of oneness.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Be happy each time you notice the same thoughts occurring again and again. It is most likely thoughts you have excluded that beg you to be included.

To include them is to be them, and to be them is to be confused and not knowing what is going on. In other words, not defining anything, everything is included, thus not appearing as separated from the formlessness of oneness.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Every time you believe somebody is different from you, you exclude them, so you do not seem to be what you judge them to be. This fabrication causes suffering. Yet, by not being exclusive and thus inclusive, this disassociation is easily undone.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

To have compassion for somebody, they must be judged as different from you. Therefore, as compassion is an act of exclusion, it inflicts suffering.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Sometimes the fastest way to include feelings is breathing through them. But as this may seem to cause pain, it may not be the easiest way. That is until the pain is included as well.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

To exclude a feeling is to not be it, and to include it is to be it. Being it, you are not scared of it anymore.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You do not include a feeling by understanding it but by being it, which is done by fully expressing it to those you assume have caused it. But this is not done externally because it is internally that you accuse somebody else of having caused what you feel. Thus you express it there.

However, should you burst out in anger, you do not try to stop it, but include the anger as it is. If you feel embarrassed by that and try to stop it, you include holding back.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

What you want to hide from your personality, you exclude by projecting it onto others so that you can be defined as better than them. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The main reason for being exclusive is that you will not appear to be mistaken. Being that must be avoided at any cost to not be reminded of your original mistake, namely to believe in separation.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Being exclusive, you appear to be the opposite of what you exclude. If you exclude what you judge to be bad, for example, you appear to be good. In other words, you are defined by what you exclude. That is the way to be somebody in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Being inclusive instead of exclusive is not complicated at all but plain simply. All you have to do is not to exclude. If you, however, are not aware of how you continuously exclude something judged to be bad to make others appear as wrong and you as right, you cannot choose not to exclude and thus stop the glorification of separation.

But when you realise that being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one does not have a happy ending no matter how much you exclude to become better, you know choosing to be exclusive is not in your own best interest. So you are ready to stop it. As that means you are all-inclusive, there is nobody but you. You are alone together with the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one.

It does not seem to hide that which is one anymore, though, because it is no different from the oneness of that which is you.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You do not become nobody by excluding what makes you appear to be someone specific but by including it. When everything definable is included, there is nothing excluded to define you as someone specific.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When nothing is excluded, there is no feeling of being something, neither alone nor anything else, as there is no more than the formlessness of oneness, and it takes more than one to be something.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You are very vulnerable when perceived as definable, but not being someone definitive, you are untouchable. The way to not be perceived as definable is to not exclude anything and thus include everything, as that leaves nothing to define you. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Being balanced and in harmony seems to be the goal for many seekers. But as nothing can be experienced without contrast, you cannot experience balance without imbalance. Hence you, as always, seem to be torn apart by a fight between good and evil. That is until you do not favour one side of a contrast over the other but include them both as they occur.

When included, the two sides of the contrast are not divided. As that momentarily rubs off on other contrasts, there is no separation to uphold the belief in being someone definitive. Thus nobody is in harmony or imbalance, and that is pure bliss.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The inclusion of contrasting feelings is not the same as containing them. When the opposing sides of a contrast are included, they cancel out each other. Hence there is no feeling to have. See Without contrasts, there is nothing but non-duality.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The first rule of surviving as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one is to exclude something. That is what turns you into someone definitive. Inclusion, on the other hand, does not turn you into anything at all.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

To follow an idea is to separate, as it takes more than one to pursue something. Therefore, all opinions, spiritual and mundane, must be ignored if you want to have the belief in separation undone. This, of course, is also an idea, and so are any of Alexius’ Duality Hacks except for the enlightenment of that which is one.

However, Alexius’ Duality Hacks are not based on the idea of exclusion but inclusion. Hence they do not enhance the belief in separation. On the contrary, they undo it, and without it, you do not appear to be someone who hides there is no more than the formlessness of oneness.

The less contrast there is, the less there is to see. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

To feel something you must exclude the formlessness of that which is you, as you can only feel something when it is contrasted by something judged to be different from it, and nothing differs from each other in the formlessness of that which is you.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Someone definitive is needed to include something. But nobody is required to not perceive something.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You are defined as someone definitive by what you exclude. In other words, if not excluding you are nothing, and so there does not appear to be something to hide there is no more than the formlessness of oneness.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When angry feelings are expressed, they often come out in sentences like »You are this and that …«. If it is changed into »I am this and that …«, it is much easier to include those feelings. This is not meant to say that you must stop blaming others. On the contrary, blaming others is the easiest way of exposing what you have banned in yourself. Read more about that here.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When you do not believe to be someone definitive, you are nobody and thus together with nobody. Consequently, it does not matter if anybody likes you because there is no doubt that anybody is a fantasy of nobody.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You do not need to change or avoid the way you are conditioned to have the belief in being and having more than that which is one undone. But you must stop believing that your apparently different experiences make a difference. Without this belief, there is no separation to hide that which is one.

S, do not fight it but enjoy playing your part if you are conditioned to be a loser or winner in a world where there seems to be more than one. It is easy when you do not perceive this difference to make a difference, although it looks pretty different.

It requires much effort to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one opportunity. However, none of them last, so you have to keep looking for more. But the formlessness of that which is one requires no effort, as there is no more than that possibility. Yet, it lasts forever because what is formless is endless. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Oneness has a built-in safeguard mode. It starts simulating a world where there seems to be more than one if you believe to be separated from that which is one. Thus you do not have to feel lonesome while having this belief.

The simulation turns off the moment you stop believing it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

No matter how many copies you make of a digital movie, photo or music album and how they are used, nothing is missing from the original. It is unchanged. The same applies to oneness. No matter how much more you appear to be and have in a world where there seems to be more than one, that which is one remains unchanged. It is formless, so there is not something to change – neither is there something that can disappear. Yet, it is possible to believe that you can copy, remix and extend oneness to hide it.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The first step of solving a problem is to locate it, and in the case of believing to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, the problem is not in what and where you appear to be there. So, for example, if it feels humiliating going to prison in a game like Monopoly, the problem is not in the game’s world but in the player, where it is easy to correct since there is no jail.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The only thing that feels worse than not getting what you want is getting it because the hunger for more is unresolved.

You can never be satisfied in a world where there seems to be more than one because the reason for being there is to be and have more, so no matter how much more you become and get, you still want more.

Yet, the way out of this is not to stop looking for more. Of course, that is impossible in a world where there seems to be more. But it is possible not to perceive the apparent differences in such a world to make a difference. Hence that there is nobody to look for more.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Reality is that which is one, so if you see more than one, it is a hallucination, and it has no power to trap you, so if you feel trapped in a world where there seems to be more than one, you are deceiving yourself. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Since more or less everybody is exhausted from constantly craving more, they look for more relaxation through mindfulness, yoga and whatnot to get more energy for chasing more love, more peace, more authenticity, more friends, more money, or more power. They especially need more control, so they can manipulate more people into helping them to get more.

As soon as they stop believing, it is possible to be or have more than that which is one, no more does that which is one appears to be hidden by more.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Knowing there is no more than that which is one, you are not afraid because it takes more than one to feel something.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When a junkie has finished rehab, the reward is not a new and better tripping experience but freedom from enslavement. Likewise, the prize of stopping your ongoing fix of duality is not a higher and more exciting experience but freedom from experiencing something because non-duality is that which is one, and it takes more than one to be aware of something.

You do not even know you have left duality because there is no such thing. Neither do you know, you are in non-duality, as that requires more than one. No worries. You do not need to know anything because non-duality is everything since it is formless and therefore endless.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

It may feel as if it is the world that traps you into looking for more. At least this is how you choose to perceive it because then you can spend more time trying to make it better instead of realising how meaningless it is to care about a world that makes you want more when nothing lasts in that world.

No matter how much more you appear to be and have, it is just a fleeting moment of nothingness. There is no more to be and have than that which is you because it is no different from the formlessness of oneness. And since formlessness is endless, there is no more than that which is you.

Although Alexius´cat, Uma, is dead, their love affair goes on because she has been included. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Including somebody makes them live on forever, but not in the limited way when they were defined by what had been excluded from them. But in an all-inclusive manner. It is a bit like when you fall in love, many people look like the one you fancy. In the case of somebody included, though, everything you see is a reminder of them as they were and thus of everything.

In the case of Alexius, he had a cat that died in his arms when it was only eight months old. Alexius had felt very touched by her in her short life, so he woke up crying every day for a long time. He tried to find pleasure in the memories of their time together, but when the images of his cat, Uma, started to fade, he realised he was on the wrong track.

In the memories of Uma, she represented something defined by time and space, and she was not definable anymore. So instead of trying to uphold the memories as something specific, he included them. Therefore, since they became boundless, the feeling of Uma was in everything. Hence there was no loss to mourn.

Sometimes, though, he forgot that. But grieving only resulted in fleeting memories, so he returned to the stable feeling of Uma in everything. He managed this by not blocking the breath from going through the stomach and throat muscles, which are involved in crying. Therefore, since the muscles softened instead of cramping up and make him cry,* they did not maintain his previous relation to Uma as someone specific.

And when Uma is everywhere, she is also in Alexius´ memories. Thus he can enjoy his past physical moments with Uma like the ongoing nonphysical ones accompanying his present experiences, making them all pleasurable.

There is more about Alexius and Uma in You undo the belief in duality by enjoying it. And there is more about death in Inclusiveness turns death into a portal to that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Nothing in a world where there seems to be more than one needs to be changed or transformed to not to hide that which is one. It is the belief that you are someone in a world where there seems to be more than one that needs to be undone. In the context of the belief in such a world, it can be compared to playing a game there. If you believe you are someone in the game´s virtual world, returning to reality seems complicated until the belief is undone.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Since oneness is formless and therefore endless, a world where there seems to be more than one is make-believe. And since there is no exception from this, it also applies to Alexius’ Duality Hacks. But, nevertheless, they undo the belief that it is possible to be someone definitive. Hence there is nobody to believe that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

*) This is not meant to say, crying is wrong. But sometimes it is better not to follow the flow of muscles cramping up and thus making you cry, and instead fall into the flexibility of the muscles to feel relaxed.
