+ Phasing out the belief in the personality or not

Everything can be used to enhance the belief in being someone definitive but everything can also be used to undo it. The animation is grabbed from the web.

Although it is hard work, everything can be used to enhance the belief in being someone definitive. Yet it can also be used to undo this belief, and that is not hard work. On the contrary, because nothing needs to be done by someone definitive. The animation is grabbed from the web.

Everything can be used with the purpose of enhancing the personality or phasing it out. If you for example after having read Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings conclude, you will be more happy by avoiding something in particular, you use Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings to enhance the construction of the personality, since in order to avoid something, it must be excluded and the personality is defined by what is excluded from it.

If you on the other hand, have the same conclusion but use hack#3 Not being exclusive but inclusive to include it, there will be less to define the personality, and you are not enhancing but phasing it out.

Science states that the world, we seem to see and feel, consists of 99.9999999 percent empty space. The rest, despite it is also empty space and just like in a dream consists of nothing substantial, is perceived to be elements of matter making up a world defined by time and space. In other words, the experience of a material world and us as somebody tangible there separated by time and space make-believe.

But if you have followed the discoveries of science, you probably know, the personality as well as the body it appears to occupy is nothing but empty space, that only appears to be substantial because you believe you are someone definitive in a world defined by time and space, so it is rather the belief in the personality as real, that is phasing out.

More or less everybody, that appear to be in a world defined by time and space, agree to believe that it is real. No worries. As that which is you is no different from that which is one, no more than one is needed to undo this belief.

In what Carl Jung called the collective unconscious, where we are not one in the spirit but in denying it by agreeing to acknowledge we all have a unique personality, that separates us from the rest of the world. As most so-called spiritual practices perceive you in relation to such a world, they are part of this separation, so what they offer is just a new personality, that separates you from those not considered not to be spiritual in the right way.

To be defined as a spiritual person, you exclude from yourself what is not considered to be spiritual by projecting it on somebody else. But being defined as spiritual you are bound to be bothered by those considered to be less spiritual, whereas not being spiritual, nobody seems to bother you.

In short, most so-called spiritual ways are nothing but sophisticated ways to get a new personality, that seems more spiritual, so the belief in it as real is enhanced and not phased out.

The more you appear to have, the more life seems heavy. The same applies to the more you appear to not have. But having something or not can only be a problem in a world where there seems to be more than one. Fortunately there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless, so it is not possible to be or have more than that which is one – except in a fantasy. And as there cannot be problems in a fantasy world unless you believe its world is real, the solution to problems in a world where there seems to be more than one is to undo this belief. More is the mantra of the personality. Having a haircut you become more beautiful at the expense of those excluded as not so beautiful. And having the right job you become more important at the expense of those you exclude as less important. Hence you shine in the dullness of those judged to be unimportant. Making more money you believe to be more clever and powerful than those you are exploiting. Becoming more spiritual, you appear to be higher at the expense of those judged to be beneath you. And so on.

As the personality is build on the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than the formlessness of that which is one, it can never get enough, and as it is constructed via exclusion, it is in a constant conflict about to exclude or get more. By not being exclusive but inclusive, however, the construction of the personality falls apart. Hence there is no need for more, so whatever you appear to be is good enough. Nothing needs to be changed or transformed.

In each their own way everybody exclude something from the personality, so that it can be defined by what they have excluded. You do not have to stop this or anything else in order to phase out the belief in the personality. All that is needed is that you include, this is what you do.

What you pretend to be, think feel and do, you are not, so by pretending to be someone definitive, nobody is becoming more important no matter what you appear to think, feel and do. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

What you pretend to be, think feel and do, you are not, so nobody is becoming more special no matter what you appear to be, think, feel and do. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

In the process of phasing out the belief in the personality as reality it is possible to have your cake and eat it too.  When you for example exclude something bad in order to be defined as good, you on top of that include your exclusion, so that you play the game of being the personality and at the same time have the belief that it is real phased out.

Should you forget to include what you exclude, you can include your forgetfulness, whenever you remember it – and so even though you appear to be a person in a world where there seems to be more than one, you are not enhancing the belief in being this person. If you are not aware of what you exclude, you include being unaware and so you can go around not being aware of believing to be the personality, while having this belief phased out.

There is much more about inclusiveness in the articles of hack #3 – especially hack #3.2: Inclusiveness is a perfect moment and hack and #3.6: Inclusiveness is pure bliss.

Another way of appearing to be a person, who seems wise, lovingly, spiritual and whatnot, while undoing the belief in being that is to pretend that you are wise, lovingly, spiritual and whatnot, because what you pretend to be you are not, so you are not enhancing the belief in the personality. This you can read more about in hack #1.5 Pretending to be a person and hack #1.6 Pretending is a way out of duality.

The same applies, if you perceive everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one, as that your personality is just another symbol of that which is one and therefore neither more or less valuable than any other symbol in a world where there seems to be more than one. Simply put, the belief in being a person is not being enhanced but phased out. Read about this in hack #2.1 To see symbols of life in the world and hack #2.2 Everything experienced is a symbol of life.

If you exclude what you do not like to feel by justifying it with others, the appearance of your personality can be controlled, so that you for example appear as if you are a hipster. Exclusion though is not an one-off thing. It is hard work to constantly be on the lookout for something to confirm it, so that your special personality can be kept together as planned. Inclusion on the other hand requires nothing but not to exclude. Hence the more there is included the easier it becomes, as the less the personality there is to uphold. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

In short, instead of excluding your own feeling of inferiority by blaming those perceived as superior for being evil in order to appear as you are better than them, you …

  • include the feeling and thereby phasing out the personality, instead of enhancing the belief in being that.
  • pretend you are inferior, and as what you pretend to be you are not, the belief in the personality is not being enhanced.
  • interpret the feeling as a symbol of that which is one just like everything else in a world where there seems to be more than one, so it is no different from any other symbol and therefore does not enhance the personality but phase it out.

As the result of any of these approaches is that right is no different from wrong, the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one make no difference, and as that means there is no basis for experiencing a world where there seems to be more than one, there is nobody there anymore.

While in the process of having the personality phased out, you still notice the difference between for example love and hate. You just do not interpret the difference to make a difference, as nobody has a need to protect an image of you having a specific personality.
