N-K ++[+] ´I know what it is´ vs ´it is what it is´ vs ´dunno what it is´ [draft]

In a situation where you perceive yourself to be on top of it and to know what is going on, try for a moment to perceive that you do not know what is going on. Then see which the perceptions make the body relax. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

When the script of the brain is perceived as it is what it is, it does not exclude feeling it but includes it. Hence this perception is not a way to the dullness of detachment but the vitality of involvement. Every moment, therefore, is enjoyed to the fullest when you are attached to the perception, it is what it is.

Especially, because the perception is close to the nothingness from where the brain has scripted its story of somebody in a world of something. Not as close though as the perception Dunno what it is, because that totally exposes the experience of you as somebody in a world of something as fake.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The many stories the special self makes up about its greatness are not always consistent. Thus it often feels disorganised and wishes to be like those it perceives to be full of clarity. The basic self, on the other hand, has no need for clarity or anything else than the thoughts streaming from the brain, which it perceives as it is what it is, regardless it seems consistent or whatnot.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When any experience is perceived as it is what it is, there is never a need to make something go away. But when the perception is I know what it is everything unknown must be avoided to keep the face of inferiority away.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When you perceive every experience as I know what it is, it feels like something is missing because the perception is based on excluding everything unknown. If every experience, on the other hand, is perceived as it is what is one feels complete because this automatically includes everything. The perception, dunno what it is,  entails the bliss of nothing.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The special self does not want to perceive the experience of itself as it is what it is. Instead, it wants to change it into something imagined to make itself appear more beautiful than others, even though it actually feels ugly. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The basic self, as well as the special one, is bound to follow the GPS coordinations it gets from the brain without making any side trips of its own. It does not have the power to change the journey – only how to perceive it. Their perception of that, though is very different. The basic self basically perceives everything as it is what it is, and the special as I know what it is.

That is why it is easy for the basic self to be someone and hard work for the special one. It has to make a special perception of each experience, which reflects that I know what it is.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

If you do not make up a perception that avoids, corrects or replace the script of the brain, you confirm that you miss nothing and that the script supplies you with everything you need. Thus you feel safe.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Only the brain can make you feel good enough because nobody else knows what you are. To get its approval, all you need is to perceive the experience it processes of you in a world where there seems to be more than one as it is what it is. Actually, you do not even have to make this perception. If you do not try to interfere in the workings of the brain, it makes it automatically, also the shots of happiness you get from feeling good enough.

No worries if you cannot help but interfere. In that case, happiness bids you welcome when you make a perception of that which says it is what it is.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When one perceives to be a victim of circumstances, one is out of sync with the script of the brain, because it has neither victims or culprits. Fortunately, all that is needed to correct this is to change the perception to it is what it is.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When there is nothing, that appears to be something, there is not something to be excited about. Hence there is no expectation of preventing the bliss of nothing. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

You feel happy when every experience made by the brain is perceived as it is what it is because then they all appear to be entertaining.

But if you in attempt to be free and independent of the brain make a perception of the experiences as if they are about capitalism, socialism or spiritualism, for example, you are out of sync with them and thus the world because it is a manifestation of them. Hence everything appears to be very complicated and not as straightforward like when perceived as it is what it is.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

As long as a perception relates to the script of the brain as it is, you are in sync with it. Thus you do not have to hang onto the perception, it is what it is, that the brain automatically generates. But since the making of a specific perception takes a longer time, it may be a bit delayed and, consequently, out of sync with the present moment. The frustration that this entails only gets worse if you try to solve it by using more time to process your experience of it, whereas perceiving the moment as it is what it is, there is no dissatisfaction because you are in sync with the script of the brain.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When the perception of an experience created by the brain is I know what it is, you feel important but also exhausted because much energy is required for upholding this perception. Hence the special self always needs more power contrary to the basic self, who needs nothing. Its perception is not demanding because it simply is that it is what it is. So even though it is dependent on the brain, it feels free.

Science says that what we seem to feel and see consist of 99.9999999 per cent empty space. And the rest, despite it also is empty space and just like a dream does not contain anything substantial, is what we perceive as elements of matter making up a tangible world.

If it changes perception to dunno what it is, no definitions hold it back from returning to the emptiness from where it is conceived to be someone and thus to be no-one in the bliss of nothing.

What is Wincent thinking about? Alexius cannot really know, but if he reckons that he does, he becomes stressed from trying to make it appear so. Had he, on the other hand, perceived the expression of Wincent as it is what it is, it would not have stressed but pleased him. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

For many years, the cat of Alexius, called Wincent, has more or less had the same routine. Every morning, very early, he leaves the house and comes back when Alexius is still in bed. First, Wincent says something. Then he lays down next to Alexius and waits for him to get out of bed and give him some food. At least that is the obvious conclusion to take based on the past because as soon as Alexius takes the first step out of bed, Wincent runs out in the kitchen where he with big eyes sits and waits for Alexius to give him food.

If Alexius, therefore, believes he knows what is going on, he goes from the perception of the basic self, which is that it is what it is, to the perception of the special self, that is I know what it is. Doing that he most likely stresses to get out of bed and feed his beloved cat, although this is not going to happen any sooner than if he as the basic self had perceived it is what it is because the script of the brain runs its course, no matter how he perceives it.

In other words, when you stick to the perception of the basic self, your life seems to be taken care of, and you can relax. But having the perception of the special self, you feel stressed because you believe you are in charge of your life.

There is a third option, namely to become selfless, which is the result when you choose to perceive dunno what it is because that brings you in a state of not knowing.*

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The basic self has not anything to look forward to. Not because it is living in the now, but because its perception is in sync with the script of the brain, which contains every possibility of experience. Hence the basic self is in the past as well as the future and everywhere else but the formlessness of oneness as it cannot be experienced.

Being everywhere but in that which is one, the basic self is nowhere and therefore, as close as possible to what it cannot experience. All it needs to cross the apparent barrier is to not choose to that or anything else because only in a world where there seems to be more than one can you choose something.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Nobody, nor Alexius, is solely the basic self. And nobody can remain in a state of not-knowing* for more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, if they want to continue as someone substantial in a tangible world (read more about that here). But it makes no difference when perceived as it is what it is. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Roughly speaking the perception of the special self is I know what it is, whereas the basic self sticks to the perception automatically generated by the brain, which basically says It is what it is. The non-self in a state of not-knowing* has nothing to say but Dunno what it is, because it does not perceive the apparent differences in the experiences produced by the brain to make a difference.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Be aware that there is absolutely no will to perceive anything in a state of not-knowing* as something in particular. Nor will the transition from a state of not-knowing* to the consciousness of being someone be noticed because you have not been aware of being in a state of not-knowing.*

Consequently, you do not know that its bliss of nothing has wiped the slate clean, so perceptions in sync with the script of the brain are automatically generated.

If, however, the happiness that this entails feels too basic compared to the vague memories of bliss that sooner or later pop up from the state of not-knowing,* you may try to twist the automatically generated perceptions, so they seem to reflect an awakening caused by a divine intervention and/or special powers of yours – or whatever you imagine will make you more special in the eyes of others.

If not using the memories of bliss to make a perception of yourself that seems to give you a better status in the world, the brain automatically makes the perception, it is what it is, and you would have remained as a happy and basic self for years to come.

In other words, if you stick with the automatically generated perceptions from the brain when you return from a state of not-knowing* to the consciousness of being someone, you get the happiness that comes from being a self that supports the brain plus the knowledge, that what you support is nothing, so you have nothing to lose by playing the game of the brain.

Should you forget that and, therefore, start perceiving nothing as something, the frustration that this causes can be used to ignite a take-off to the empty breath* so you again have the slate wiped clean in a state of not-knowing* and can return to the consciousness of being someone with the perception, it is what it is.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Returning from a state of not-knowing* to the experience of something you probably feel so entertained that you forget the bliss of nothing, and when you finally remember, you may feel guilty about it. No worries. Feeling guilty is also entertaining when perceived as it is what it is.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Your special perception of the world divided into good and evil makes you feel lonely because they are based on you being better than others and thus separated from them. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Most look for something outside of themselves, love, massage or whatnot, to make them feel good. But what they experience to be outside is made inside of them, namely in the brain, which does not differentiate between inside or outside, as there is nothing outside of it and thus nothing to define something inside of it.

Hence all the experiences that it produces does not seem tangible unless there is someone who believes in feeling them, and as what you appear to be also is a fiction of the brain, you gladly confirm that the experiences produced by it are tangible because that seems to establish you as substantial and thus to be real.

That is why the experience of you as someone in a tangible world only can only be exposed as a hallucination when you are willing to have the belief in being someone undone. If having that, keep reading Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. Do not, however, expect them to save you or give you something, because it takes more than one to do so and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. But as they, therefore, do not result in something but nothing, they automatically hack the belief in being something.

Hack #5-7.1 From the inner senses through a black hole into that which is one does that once and for all. The hack you are reading, hack #4.2 The basic self versus the special one, takes it time in doing that. It helps you to not be a special but a basic self, so you can enjoy the belief in being someone while having it undone

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

In the absence of something, you are nothing which is very blissful. But if you hold onto fragments of something, thinking about being nothing, probably seem to make you sad.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When you perceive every experience you seem to have as it is what it is, you are in sync with the script of the brain. But when you start to wonder what it is and conclude I know what it is, you are out of sync with the script of the brain, because whatever you know, you are wrong.

There is no meaning to be found in your experiences, nor are they yours. That is an illusion created by the brain, which generates all the experiences you believe in having with only have one purpose, namely to entertain the self it has made and which you believe to be, as if not you obviously are nothing.

If you expect happiness to come from hayfever to be over and done, you will not feel the happiness that comes from being with an experience as it is.

The experiences you seem to have continue as scripted by the brain, regardless of how you perceive them. If, however, your perception is in sync with the script of the experience, the brain injects you with shots of happiness. Actually, it also injects you with shots of happiness if your perception is out of sync with the script, but because this is based on you believing to know what is best, you expect happiness to come from something you categorise as right. Thus you do not notice the happiness that comes from the brain because it is not caused by anything in particular but being with it as it is.

There may be times when you do not want that because being happy you do not care to revenge the unjust you perceive somebody has inflicted upon you and thus should be punished for. But not being happy and thus sad, you are the one being punished.

In other words, it is in your own best interest to be in sync with the script of the brain. That is as long as you partake in its game of being somebody. If you do not mind being nobody, you perceive the experiences it produces as dunno what it is. Hence you enter a state of not-knowing and its bliss of nothing.

This does not mean that the script of the brain changes, but that you are indifferent to it because there is no need to be confirmed as somebody by it.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The three main ones used in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, I know what it is, it is what it is and dunno what it is, should not be taken as literal statements that you make but the attitude you have. The special self, for example, does not go around saying I know what it is, but it is its attitude. And the brain never makes a perception that says it is what it is. It does not need to make any words for you to every moment is the perfect moment (read more about that here) because it is what it is. When you dunno what it is, and thus in a state of not-knowing, it is not a perception you consciously make since you dunno what it is.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

There is no truth to extract from Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. They are a part of a world where there seems to be more than one, there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless, so such a world is non-existing. The differentiation of a basic and special self, therefore, is nonsense.

Any experience they seem to have is an illusion and that there are of three different ways of perceiving an illusion is just as illusionary. But if it is beneficial in regards to exposing that, the purpose of the absurdity is fulfilled, and you do not have to read more.
