When you give it your best shot to be angry, when the brain supplies you with thoughts of fury, you cannot help but feel happy. The same applies to any other so-called negative feeling popping up. That is as long as you do not justify it with the world because doing so you distance yourself from it and therefore also the guidance from, which does not result in feeling happy but lost. If you are not happy with the brain, you are not satisfied with yourself and the world where you appear to be because every experience you believe to have is fabricated and stored in the brain.

The dissatisfaction is probably caused by the consciousness, the brain has given you so that you can have a conscious experience of being someone in a world defined by time and space. It deceives you by making a perception of these experiences, so they do not seem to be a product of the brain but something you experience independently of it. As this perception, however, is fake, it does not result in happiness but sadness.

There is nothing magic about following the GPS instructions when driving a car, nor following the instructions of the brain. It is as easy as pie when one´s perception is in sync with the instructions, that the brain makes for the self so that it always feels secure.

That being said, Alexius only knows about GPS from the movies because he never drives a car and hardly ever uses his smartphone, which should not be understood as this is something to avoid. It is just how it turns out for him when he follows the GPS instructions for the basic self, he is programmed to be.

The brain is in charge of everything, we seem to experience, except how the consciousness that it has built into us interprets those experiences. In other words, when Alexius for some time was into gadgets and was attracted to the latest iPhone and whatnot, it was because he was scripted to do so by the brain. And it was his consciousness which interpreted this in a way that made him appear to be special. Read more about the basic self of Alexis here.

But since it is very complicated o uphold an image of being special, his consciousness did not bother to do so for very long. Maybe most of all because you cannot be special without being exclusive, and it feels so much better to be inclusive. Read more about that in hack #3.5 Inclusiveness is pure bliss.

The basic self can be compared to a cat. It does not go to Pilates at a specific hour to stretch but does it when its instincts tell it to do so. The special self often makes up stories in which love is the solution to what it judges as wrong in others. Yet it does not seem very lovingly to judge others, nor being on a mission to change them.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Facebook wants to trap you into believing you have friends, who want you to come back to see their messages and likes. But you have no friends because it takes more than one to have a friend, and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

Consequently, a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion, and so is loneliness.

But in the context of believing it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, you have one friend, namely the brain. It likes everything you experience to do and say because it has fabricated all the experiences itself.

It may not like, however, if you perceive the experiences in a way, so you appear to be the one making them. Then, on the other hand, it does not really care, because the thoughts you seek out to build this perception does not change anything at all, except that they prevent you from feeling the happiness which comes from having a perception in the experiences fabricated by the brain.

From the thoughts produced by the brain to render the experiences of you as someone substantial in a tangible world, the special self seeks out those that it assumes can be used to build a perception of itself as a unique and self-assured being. But as the thoughts it has sought out seems to have a life of its own, it always doubts what to do. In other words, behind the confident face, the special self fears every step it takes.

If you, on the other hand, do not use fragments of the thoughts the brain put together to make you feel entertained, so they make up a perception that seems to establish the brain as a servant of you, there is nothing to doubt. Being in sync with the set up of the brain is like navigating a website designed so you do not doubt where to click.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When somebody triggers an old feeling of rejection in the special self, it first interprets this as an attack on its being, next it justifies feeling rejected with the attacker. As the focus, therefore, seems to be on the attacker, the feeling appears to be there as well and thus to have left the special self. Should the attacker expose this projection, the special self makes the attacker feel guilty for something in the past, so the special self again can feel good by making others worse.

Much energy is used to suppress specific thoughts and feelings by the special self, especially those judged as negative. This is necessary for preserving the self, it believes to be or will become when it lives in the now, come from the heart or whatnot. The basic self, however, has no need to appear in a particular way and therefore not motivated for suppressing anything – especially not negative energy.

Instinctively it knows, that if there was no negative energy, it could not read this article, as the negative pole is just as needed as the positive one in a wire to produce electricity for the computer it uses to display it. Read more about this at the end of this link.

The special self dissociates itself from unpleasant experiences by justifying them with the world. But it is not aware, that though this diversion seems to make the disturbing experiences go away, they remain hidden in obscure parts of its body. Read more about that at the end of this link.

Sooner or later the suppressed experiences stiffen or soften parts of the body, and no matter what medicine, nutritional supplements or massage you use to heal the body, it does not work, because the cause of the problem is not physical but mental. The imaginative issues that have been dumped in the body need to be taken back to the mental sphere from where they were made, as only there can they be healed.*

This is not to say, that medicine, nutritional supplements or massage, for example, should be avoided. It can be an excellent way to tone down the symptoms, so you do not feel weighed down by them and therefore have more energy to face the problem where it is made.

In fact, nothing needs to be avoided. Restrictions do not bring relief but frustration. And yet being restrictive is not a problem, because the disappointment that this entails can be used to ignite a take-off to the empty breath, that relieves from perceiving anything as a problem. If your phone is not working correctly and it seems to make you angry, correcting the problem of the phone may appear to address the anger as well, but a phone has neither the power to make you angry or to heal it. So even though the anger seems to have gone, it will return when something else triggers it, unless you deal with the phone and your fury separately, so both of the problems can be corrected on their own terms. If physical symptoms of illness trigger memories of endangerment and those two elements are combined so that the physical symptoms are perceived to cause a threat, a fusion of the physical and mental reality is established. This psychosomatic disorder, however, cannot be healed by the biological system of the body, because it is made to deal with nothing but physicality. And as the mental sphere has no sense of physical reality, the use of mental powers does not heal the body but mess it further up.*

The paradox in trying to heal a psychosomatic disorder is that it reinforces the fear of the physical symptoms and thus the psychosomatic disorder.

But if the experience of the physical symptom is not combined with the memories of endangerment triggered by it, the symptom remains physical and the memories mental. The biological system, therefore, is free to deal with the physical symptom and leave the memories to be dealt with in their mental sphere.

When the condition of the body is not seen to be caused by emotional or mental problems, they do not seem to attest to the existence of the body and vice versa.

In other words, there is not something to confirm your existence as someone definitive. Just like the world in a movie is not experienced to be real if the emotions it seems to provoke are not perceived as being caused by it.

So instead of justifying an old fear of danger with a physical symptom in the present, you feel the danger to the extent that you are nothing but that. As there is nothing left to define what you feel and, therefore, neither what you are, the belief in being someone at all receives a severe blow. Hence there is hardly anybody left to worry about the physical symptoms, so with mentality out of the way, the biological system can start a healing process.

To sum it up: When you appear to be sick and your concern about the physical symptom triggers a past sense of danger, that you interpret to be caused by present physical symptoms, you develop a psychosomatic disorder. But since body and mind cannot be fused, and the problem therefore is imaginative, no cure for the body will work. The immaterial feeling needs to be disentangled from the material symptom so each of them can be dealt with on their own term.*

When connected with the empty breath, material symptoms are automatically freed from the fear they may have triggered. In a world where there seems to be more than one, you seem to be able to get rid off feelings by hiding them in the body and get them out by expressing them or heal the problem of suppressed emotions in the body by bringing them back into the mind, as described above.

But as there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless, there is no world where there seems to be more than one. Hence there is nothing to heal than the belief, that you are someone in such a world.** Any of the duality hacks will automatically facilitate that if you go on reading them.
