Sadness comes from being special, happiness from being basic, and bliss from not being

Everything considered to be a fact is made up by the brain. It is, for example, not a fact that you are reading this now. It has taken the brain one second to fabricate this experience. Hence what you believe in reading now, you read in the past. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

What and where you believe to be is based on experiences made by the brain, which it claims to have processed from what you saw, heard, felt and tasted one second ago, as this is the time it needs to construct a consistent experience of that. Read more about that here. But you did not see, hear, feel or taste anything one second ago. This is because eyes cannot see, nor can ears hear. And the body is not able to feel or taste anything. Thoughts do not come from somewhere but nowhere, and they do not seem to manifest something unless they are confirmed to do so by someone who wants to be establish as someone by experiencing them as something.

Therefore, your present experience is not founded on info coming from the sensory system, although the brain wants you to accept this as a fact, and you gladly do that because otherwise, it is evident that your experiences do not consist of tangible elements but intangible thoughts. Hence the substantiality of what and where you believe to be is exposed as a fantasy made by the brain from out of nothing.

Whether the experiences in this fantasy are perceived to be yours or others, real or imagined, authentic or fake, fabrication or fact, physical or spiritual, they are processed by the brain in one higgledy-piggledy by the very same organ that views everything it processes as just another construction of thoughts, it needs to shape, so the result seems to be made from something instead of nothing.

You may, for example, have noticed that after watching several movies in a row, their different plots seem to fuse into one continuous story. You may also have tried being sexually aroused or even getting an orgasm in a dream where you were turned on by somebody. However, there is nobody in the dream, neither you.

Being happy, we have no need to perceive our apparent different experiences to make a difference. Thus we are ready to have Alexius´ Duality Hacks bring us back to the nothingness from where the brain has rendered our experiences of being somebody substantial in a tangible world. Since every experience that someone is aware of have taken the brain one second to manufacture, the origin of what you believe to be experiencing right now is just one second away (read more about that here). So if you go back one second from your experience of now, you return to the nothingness from where the brain twisted nothing into something that you perceive to happen now.

If you remain in this nothingness, the subsequent experiences produced by the brain are not perceived to be something because you are in a state of not-knowing.*

There is no awareness of being someone in that state, so there is not somebody to know that the emptiness of not believing to be someone is pure bliss until you return to the conscious experience of being someone definitive and vague memories of it popup.

You may not be in touch with this bliss, but just like you wake up feeling refreshed after a good sleep, regardless you remember your dreams or not, you start over with a clean slate when you return from a state of not-knowing* to the experience of being someone. And that feels wonderful.

In a state of not-knowing,* your eyes can be closed or open, and you may sit in a bus, rest in a park or walk down a noisy street. Perhaps you talk, and maybe you say nothing. Everything is as it used to be, and thoughts go on as usual since what and where you appear to be is a construction of thoughts. There is one difference, though. Before thoughts were perceived to be something and now to be nothing.

The physical world looks like before in a state of not-knowing,* but its appearances are not perceived to be separated from you. That is why it is so blissful. In the case of having glimpses of enlightenment in a state of not-knowing,* which is not uncommon, the experience of the physical world, however, fades out proportionally with the intensity of the glimpses.

To keep the brain going, and thus what you believe in being, you must repeatedly talk with someone seen as separated from you. It makes no difference to the brain if the conversation seems internal or external because both ways confirm its world of separation to be real. But if not doing that for more than 20 minutes, 45 at most,* the brain falls into a coma, wherefore it cannot process more experiences of you as someone. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

But if the brain for more than 20 minutes, 45 at most,* is not kept busy by someone experiencing an ongoing conversation inside or outside with somebody perceived to be someone else, it falls into a coma. There is more about that in the following article.

In other words, if separation is not continually acknowledged as real, the brain falls apart. Thus you cannot come back to the consciousness of being someone substantial in a tangible world, nor can you continue in the bliss of emptiness as the fantasy about something made from nothing has stopped. Actually, it never began because there is no more than that which is one, and it takes more than one to make something.

But most likely, you will leave a state of not-knowing* a long time before that revelation. And since you are returning to the consciousness of being someone definitive as you originally were meant to be in the fantasy of the brain, namely as the basic self, you are in sync with the thoughts of the brain. Being that, you support it, and the brain in return gives you happiness.

Hence you become so satisfied that you do not need anything in particular. Thus you happily apply one or more of Alexius´ Duality Hacksso you, again and again, enter a state of not-knowing* for brief moments of bliss, until this gets so intense that you cannot help bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one. However, let us not get ahead of ourselves. You probably go back and forth between the consciousness of being someone definitive and a state of not-knowing* many times before you remain in the latter and forget all about being someone at all.

Alexius´ Duality Hacks gladly admit that they nothing, so that applying the empty breath,* for example, there is nothing to perceive the present moment as something. While you believe to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. You will not, even for a brief moment, experience oneness. Nor will you experience it when that belief is undone because then you are no more. If you try to return to a state of not-knowing* by replicating the last one, you will not enter it because what you intend to replicate is memories, and contrary to a state of not-knowing* they are perceived to be something. If you use second-hand knowledge of how to get the bliss, you become the special self, and since it is very serious about realising itself and a state of not-knowing* is selfless, you will not enter it.

That is until there is a willingness to forget being someone and thus accept the selfless guidance of, for example, the empty breath.* It resides in a gap between nothing and something unprocessed by the brain into an experience of something, so it remains nothing.

Any other duality hack, except the enlightenment of that which is one, will also take you back one second to the emptiness from where the brain imagines something that Alexius´ Duality Hacks expose as nothing, so you are no longer in the frustration of something but in the bliss of nothing. Alexius´ Duality Hackss apply themselves when you keep reading Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. That is if you do not try to alter them so they fit into the experiences perceived as something.

Entering a state of not-knowing* only takes a second and happens automatically when you have lost all hope of fixing your problems because that makes the uncontrolled energy of them ignite a take-off into the empty breath* (see hack #5.2 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing).

Getting into a state of not-knowing is as easy as told, but since we all are in the habit of looking for a solution in the experiences we perceive as something, we may get lost in them and thus feel hopeless. Super because there is so much energy in hopelessness that, if unedited, will ignite a take-off into the empty breath,*  which brings you back to the bliss of nothing.

That which is one has no effect, nor is it caused by something, or has a shape, as that requires more than one. Consequently, since oneness is formless and therefore endless, anything that requires more than one, for example being sad, happy or blissful, is an illusion.

As already said, you cannot remain there for more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, as when the experiences produced by the brain are not repeatedly acknowledged by someone as something, it falls into a coma. Hence you must either return to the consciousness of being someone or remain the bliss of nothing until there is not the slightest awareness of this or anything else to hide that which cannot be realised, namely that which is one.

Most look for something outside of themselves, such as massage, to make them feel good. But the experience of something outside oneself is created inside, namely in the brain, which does not differentiate between inside or out.

Hence, all the experiences it produces only seem tangible if you believe in feeling them. But as you also are a fiction of the brain, you gladly confirm the experiences created by it are tangible as that seems to establish you as substantial and thus to exist.

That is why the experience of you as someone in a tangible world only can only be exposed as a hallucination if you are willing to have the belief in being someone undone. If having that willingness, this occurs when you keep reading Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. Do not, however, expect them to save you or give you something because it takes more than one to do so, and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. But as they, therefore, do not result in something but nothing, they automatically hack the belief in being someone.
