ROG BM2 + The belief in a body-mind connection with you as the master of the body is the destroyer of wellness [draft]

When you do not suppress feelings by holding back the breath or try to alter it with yoga exercises or something else that exercises control of it, you are effortlessly in sync with the flow of thoughts as they come from the brain. And since not too many thoughts are needed to uphold the construction of you as a basic self, the flow of thoughts does not seem to be disturbing but entertaining.

That is until the consciousness, the brain has installed in the basic self that it made, thinks it knows better than its maker and plots against it to become independent so it can be in charge of its appearance. This, however, requires a more complicated construction of thoughts than the simple one accumulated by the brain to fabricate the basic self in which the consciousness resides.

The rogue consciousness,** therefore, perceives the basic self in such a way that enough fear is generated to stop the breath for a just moment, so the thoughts making up this perception, in an attempt to force their way out of this locked in moment, start multiplying themselves and keep on doing that when the breath is resumed.

In reality, nothing is missing because reality is that which is one, and it takes more than one to be missing.

This frantic movement of thoughts, however, is completely out of sync with the laid-back stream of thoughts, the brain produces in support of the basic self, so they restlessly search for their lost connection. But the rogue consciousness** does not want them to find the rest that comes from being in sync with the basic self, because then thoughts stop to multiply and there will not be enough to make up a plausible story of why it is more exciting to be a special self than a basic but happy one.

You cannot make the world better, but you can make your perception of it better, so it is in sync with the experience that the brain renders of it to make you feel entertained. Thus it organises the thoughts into pairs, not of love though but interdependency, as they each need the other to confirm its apparent existence. The first pair which is in charge of all the other pairs consists of a judge, who determines what thoughts are good and bad. Its partner, who is an executioner, excludes the thoughts sentenced as bad so that the rest, namely those thoughts judged to be good, can be compiled into a construction that makes up a self which is believed to be better than the basic one made by the brain.

This image of a unique and independent self, the rogue consciousness** keeps together by hiding the thoughts that have been excluded in obscure parts of the body, where the suppressed energy of them mess up the natural flow of the breath and thus the stream of thoughts used to keep the body healthy. Hence the special self concludes it is better if it takes it care of the body itself. As you can see, to be special and independent requires much work, and since it is not rewarded with a sound body but one with psychosomatic disorders, the special self feels quite confused, contrary to the basic self who happily serves the brain.

This does not necessarily mean, however, that the basic self has a sound body, but that if it gets sick, it is caused by a physical disorder and not a psychological one. It may also be that the script for the body have been stitch together in such a way that parts of it do not function so well.

But as the happiness of the basic self does not depend on appearance, this makes no difference. It may even be helpful. The bad functioning body of Alexius, for example, makes it easier for him to put everything aside and write Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings.

Please be aware, it is not possible to change the basic self into a special one. But it is possible to change the perception of the self so that it seems to have become a special self. Since this is self-deception, the perception of change is out of sync with the script of the brain. This is why confusing arises from this perception.

Fortunately, confusion, if not edited, ignites a take off to the empty breath,* that makes you indifferent to the exciting experiences which seem to come from perceiving oneself to be special.

The biological system of the body is used by the brain to manage it, so if the body bothers you it is in most cases best to let nature take its course because if you try to solve the problem in the body with mental ideas of balance and whatnot, you block the flow of the biological system. The basic self would never do this. The special self, on the other hand, always thinks it knows better, so it gladly adds more stress to the body by forcing it to do extreme yoga exercises, heavy weight lifting, restricting diets, tantra sex, or other mental ways of controlling it.

If you do not correct your perception of the body as something you can control, the mental ideas you inflict on it will generate psychosomatic disorders. As you and your ideas of healing control the body, the brain cannot use the biological system to heal it – especially since it is not built to take care of mental problems but physical ones. So unless you acknowledge being mistaken, step down from your leadership and, therefore, set the biological system free from your control so it can reconnect with the brain and be used as it is meant to, which is to let you know what is in your best interest.

This could be to let nature take its course, but it could also be to consult a traditional doctor or an alternative one, a chiropractor, for example.

What is, projected onto others seems to have been excluded from what you believe to be and instead have been established as what you believe others to be. But since this is based on your judgment, the transference is purely mental.

Consequently, nothing has been excluded from you except the awareness of it, which most likely is accomplished by hiding this in obscure parts of your body. This suppression, however, tightens up the body, so that the natural flow of the biological system is blocked so the brain and the body, therefore, cannot communicate. But this makes way for you to undisturbed by the biological system further inflict the body with mental concepts you believe will boost up what you believe to be, for example by forcing the body to sit in rigid meditation positions.

The thoughts coming from the brain, however, are not meant to be perceived so that they are in alignment with mental concepts of spiritualism, capitalism or any other ism but with the script of the brain, which they are when you feel entertained by them.

No matter how hard you try to make the concept of a body-mind connection work, the result is a fucked up body and mind.

Although it feels comforting to be in sync with the stream of thoughts coming from the brain, you do not need to be that to have the belief in being someone definitive undone. All that is required for this is to not pay attention to your perception of the thoughts coming from the brain – just the events in a game or a dream are exposed as make-believe when your interpretation of them is not taken seriously.

In other words, there is no reason to change anything but the choice to believe that you are someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, which it automatically is when you do not interpret your experience of it as if it is real but symbols of that which is. What you believe to be is a construction of thoughts compiled by the brain in such a way, that it feels like there is a self having a conscious experience of being someone definitive inside a substantial body in a tangible world. This also applies to whatever is considered to experience this self. And also if this self experiences to be spiritual or someone in a dream.

In that thought construction, everything has a contrast so it can be defined by that and experienced as something specific by someone definitive. As every experience, therefore, comes in pairs, you cannot have one without the other. You must, for example, know what is bad to experience what is good and vice versa.

When in sync with this thought construction of the brain separation is not seen as a means to make you better than others, but to experience a world where there seems to be more than one. Thus hate and negativity, for example, are not considered to be avoided, but something just as needed as love and positivity.

But if not in sync with this thought construction negativity is seen as something that should be excluded from one´s perception of itself, so one appears to be only positive, which is accomplished by projecting everything judged as negative onto others. But it is like trying to turn on a TV without the negative pole of the electrical wire. No energy comes out of it.

Being out of sync with the thought construction of the brain occurs when the consciousness that the brain has installed in the self goes rogue** and make a special perception, where events in retrospect seem to point to the self, and not the brain, being the one in charge.

When this perception is not consistent with the way events actually work out, the brain is condemned for this and the new self is praised for trying to make things better. But what the special self blames the brain for is its own inadequacy. And since it actually is a product of the brain (read more about that here), this is the damnation of itself.

That is why perceiving to be special entails feelings of depression and stress instead of the happiness and relaxation that comes from not creating a special perception of the self. Hardly anybody, however, knows how it feels to perceive being a basic and not a special self. They imagine to be basic is something special like returning to nature, for example.

Should they accidentally, through mindfulness or something similar meant to make them more unique, discard the perception making up the special self, so the basic self does not appear to be altered, they feel humiliated and reduced to a servant with no will of its own. Were they not so eager to make a difference, they would instead discover the satisfaction of serving the brain.

That being said, as it takes more than one to be a basic as well as a special or any other kind of self and as there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless, there is no self at all.

Believing you are a substantial creature in a world where there seems to be more than one, because it feels as if you get responses from it is as foolish as to assume you are someone in a video game, because of the responses it seems to produce.

So if there is an experience of reading this, there is a need to believe so, because the experience seems to confirm you are someone in a world where there seems to be more than one and not the formlessness of oneness. But the appearance as someone in such a world could also be a pretence. Just like one pretends to be someone in the virtual world of a video game or a roleplay. Collapse is inevitable if you believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, but if not, there is nobody to survive anything, as, just like in a dream, which is nothing in such a world.

If being someone is perceived to be a pretence, it will not feels as if you are stuck as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, because what and where you pretend to be you are not. Thus you are free to leave the game of having a self when you want.

But it does not matter if you believe to be the basic self, because even though you may seem to be stuck with that for a while, the self is scripted to end when the brain stops working and return to the nothingness from where it was conceived. Hence there does not appear to be something hiding there never was or will be more than that which is one.

This is not so for the special self. When the brain stops to function, so does the special self but because it avoids acknowledging that it is nothing, it seems to remain as something where there is nothing. That is unless one or more of the duality hacks are applied at the very end.

The panic that often sets in when one is experienced to end can be used to ignite a take-off to the empty breath, and thus brings you into a state of not-knowing, where there is nobody to experience the death of the body anything else specific. Thus there does not appear to be something hiding there never was or will be more than that which is one.

It is not something personal when the special self blames others for being wrong. They are just a means to get rid of something the special self perceives as unpleasant in itself by claiming they have caused it.

If the special self accuses someone of being a dictator, for example, and proves it by saying because of this and that you are evil, it does not necessarily mean that the special self wants to hide a secret wish to dominate. It is more likely that it wants to hide what perceiving someone as a dictator makes it feel. It could be anger, desperation or inferiority. Or maybe stubbornness that the special self needs to deny in itself so it can maintain the belief in being an open person. It could also be hatred or a basic feeling of not being good enough, which it wants to hide by blaming a perceived dictator for causing it.

But whatever feeling the special self hides from its awareness as a part of itself by blaming somebody else for having caused it, it will return to its awareness as a feeling caused by itself when there is nobody to blame for it. To avoid that, the special self is, therefore, always on the lookout for a scapegoat. If the spouse that it divorced was its primary scapegoat, it probably continues an inner conversation with the spouse, until a replacement is found.

This is not to say one should stop blaming others because if you face what you feel when blaming them, the problem is exposed as yours: Thus it can be dealt with the only place where it can be resolved, namely where it was made. Having done that, there is no need anymore for a scapegoat to feel good.

There is probably no faster way to expose a problem of yours than to blame others for having caused it. And there may be no quicker way to resolve the exposed issue than to use its unpleasant energy for a take-off to the empty breath, as it only takes it one second to wipe the slate clean (read more about that here), so you are restored as the basic self, which feels as if you are renewed. You do not even have to understand the exposed problem or know what it is in order fo to ignite a take-off to the empty breath. All you need is to feel it entirely.
