The duality flow frees you from the imprisonment of being definitive [draft]

Suppressing the feelings you dislike, and those you like are concealed because everything comes in pairs in a world of duality. Therefore, since you always feel oppressed, the present moment seems blurry. This you try to make up for by preparing yourself for the next moment so you can be present in the future. No matter what you plan, visualise or realise, everything plays out as programmed by the brain. You have no say in what is next. However, it is your choice how to perceive it. So if you feel you suffer, you have chosen to perceive something in a way that makes you feel hurt.

If you perceive your reaction to everything as ´it is what it is,´ there is no need to fence off being a monster by accusing others of being evil because this perception uncovers the beast in you contains an angel. Besides, the interaction of these opposites, and plenty of others, reveals the duality flow. Being in that you feel complete, so you do not need to denigrate others to feel better about yourself.

If you perceive the way, you have decided that something affects you as ´it is what it is,´ feeling down, for example, is revealed to be paired with feeling up. You do not know why but their interaction makes you laugh. Nevertheless, you may at first think it is about being up or down. However, those labels are unimportant. What matters is the constant interaction between them. That is the duality flow. Following it, you feel complete. And this is why you cannot help but laugh.

Being unselfish is like playing a game. You are not there. It is something you pretend. Thus every action is selfless. However, most do not want to be nobody in the game of duality. They crave to make a difference and shape the game by particular ideas of spirituality, for example. In other words, they want to be somebody living their own unique way, even though they do not know who they are.

It is not something you experience that makes you suffer but how you perceive it. When you hand this over to the brain, it will perceive it, so you feel entertained because that is the purpose of everything it sets in motion. Should you already have decided that the experience of something has a specific meaning that makes you suffer, you correct your categorical view by standing by it. Hence it can be perceived as ´it is what it is.´ This reveals your singular point of view is twofold, and since you appear to be in a world of duality, this makes you feel entertained.

Practically speaking, if you have decided something feels unpleasant, you do not hide this but perceive it as ´it is what it is.´ Then shortly after that, you experience pleasantness is gently coming out of unpleasantness. The interaction of this polarity is amusing.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You feel frustrated until you stop looking for a specific appearance to make you feel happy and, instead, feel amused by the constant interaction of opposing elements. You neither stop nor start in this interplay. And you do not remain with a particular pair of opposites but in the movement between opposing elements. That is the duality flow. When you begin to follow it, sooner or later, duality is bound to stop because every beginning has an end in a world of duality.

Just before you pick up the duality flow in a new set of opposing elements, there is a moment of nothing and, therefore, not something that seems to hide non-duality. At this moment, you might hear the sound that seemed to set off the world of duality. It is called Aum or Sohang and, in Western religion, The Word of God. Read here how to hear it.

However, this vibration is not non-duality because it is that which is one, and it takes more than one to hear something. But when no one hears it, the experience of duality is wiped out.

You probably already know the duality flow in a distorted version. For example, you are in the duality flow when you think, should I do this or not. But since the focus is on what you get and the duality flow has nothing specific to offer, you miss the completeness that comes from the constant interaction of opposites in the duality flow.

Unconsciously you are always in the duality flow because no matter where you look, your eyes do not settle before they have found the highest contrast. Just look at the images in this article to see that your eyes do not seek balance but the topmost contrast.

In a world of duality, everything comes in pairs of opposite that interact with each other. Therefore, since nobody is specific, you only appear empathic when you hide its counterpart, hatred. But without it, there is nothing to define empathy. Hence being empathic is fake.

When you know any singular opinion or feeling is illogical in a world of duality, it is not essential to label the opposing elements in the duality pairs you encounter. So when you judge something to be dangerous and see it is complemented with harmless, you do not dwell upon those opposing perspectives but the interaction between them – just like it is neither up nor down but the interaction between those opposites, which is like the thrill of playing yoyo.

In the duality flow, you do not feel something specific. That is why it goes to non-duality. In other words, not looking for something, you are in the duality flow on the way to non-duality. Of course, this does not mean everything becomes one. But that, eventually, everything is gone. Actually, it never was there because it takes more than one to be somewhere. The same applies to what you believe in being.

If the feelings hidden in the body are not unveiled before dying, you will panic because there is nothing physical to conceal them anymore. The same applies regarding the enlightenment of that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Before Alexius started following the duality flow, he was mostly into connecting with the empty breath and having glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one. He still is because he likes the time out of duality that this entails. But in between, he enjoys the duality flow. It is like a stroll towards non-duality in which duality is undone while you enjoy it.

If you do not project psychological issues onto parts of the body, they do not seem to be hidden from your awareness. Hence you can perceive your reaction to them as ´it is what it is,´ which reveals it is twofold. Therefore, since nothing specific seems to make you suffer, there is no pain to project onto the body, wherefore it feels transparent. Yet, in the imaginary vision of duality, the body is not abstract but substantial. Hence you should not try to mix psychological and physical issues.

However, it is impossible to free the body from your psychological projections if you believe you are the body. When not pumped up by dreams, you do not appear glamorous – like orgasm without fantasies may not seem outstanding but disappointing.

But should you want to undo the belief that you are someone in a body, beginning to go with the duality flow will do that because every beginning has an end in the duality flow. Until then, the experience of being someone in a body seems so entertaining that you cannot help but laugh – just like you feel amused when a movie seems to cause something in you, even though you are not in the film.

You suppress your reaction to others to prevent seeing that you are not restricted by them but by your own totalitarian ideas and that your revolt against the world, therefore, is misplaced.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Being fed up by living in the totalitarian environment your singular opinions have created, you simply say, »I rather want the duality flow.« Then you see, it is already in the interaction of breathing in and out. This does not mean you have to remember the breath to be aligned with the duality flow. Just like breathing happens by itself when you do not go against it, the duality flow occurs automatically when you do not restrict yourself by singular points of view.

Going with the constant interaction of opposites, there are no singular opinions anymore. Thus you do not feel constrained but flexible, which is vitalising. In other words, you are never stuck with a distinct feeling, wherefore you neither feel happy nor sad but happy/sad. This will not manifest materially in something specific, but regardless of what you get, you feel happy/sad.

There is nothing that stops you from enjoying the adventure of duality, except the story you keep telling yourself about yourself because to make it real, you go your own way. What you believe in being is solely an image in the psychological sphere. It has nothing to do with the body, which feels attacked if you try to adjust it to the image you have made of yourself in the psychological sphere.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The psychological sphere, the body and a world of duality is fabricated by the brain. But just like you do not drive a car in the factory where it is made, you do not experience the psychological sphere, the body and a world of duality in the brain. Instead, the body is experienced to be in a world of duality outside of the body. Where the psychological zone is experienced seems more problematic because most try to integrate it with the body.

But that is not how it is set up by the brain. Psychology is not supposed to be mixed with physicality but to be a zone made of opposites that are invisible and thus everywhere. If you go with this breeziness, you are in the duality flow. Since this makes you feel complete, you have no need to use the body as a manifestation of mindfulness and whatnot. Thus, the body feels relaxed and vigorous.

Besides being in the thin air of the duality flow, there is not much to disguise that all your experiences are fabricated by the brain from nothing. So, eventually, not seeing them as something, the formlessness of non-duality does not seem to be hidden by anything.

If you swim in the ocean, you feel the interaction of the waves outside of your body. However, it cannot be mixed with the waves. The water will kill the body if it gets inside it. Likewise, the body can enjoy what is going on in the psychological sphere, but if you try to integrate the body with that sphere, the body fights it.

Brain fog comes from projecting singular psychological issues onto your body because everything comes in pairs of opposites, so when one part of them is imagined to be somewhere else than in the psychological sphere, it becomes blurry.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The more trouble, the more delight. If this is not so for you, you try to avoid trouble, and since it is coupled with delight, it is also averted. But if you do not fend off trouble, you can perceive it ´it is what it is.´ Thus it opens up and from inside of it comes delight, which after a while opens up and reveals it has trouble inside it. And so it goes until another interaction of opposites takes over, or until you, by reflex, again reject a specific feeling. Having done that, you soon feel trouble shows up again. But this time you welcome it because you know it brings delight.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

If you want to enter the duality flow, you have to perceive your emotions as twofold. But this can be difficult. Most are pretty removed from their feelings, except those they blame others for making and do not consider to be their own. On the other hand, however, everyone seems to be in touch with their grievances. So if you have judged someone as stupid, you can perceive your condemnation as ´it is what it is,´ and thus have it revealed to be complemented by approval.

This twofoldness makes you laugh, and since laughter is complemented with crying, you feel happy/sad. And since that is the general mood of the duality flow, you feel good as you are. Hence there is no need to be free from something. On the contrary, you feel to everything.

To uphold the experience of duality, the brain needs constant communication between at least two entities perceived to be different – just like on social media. Going with the duality flow, you meet this requirement. Thus you do not have to engage in an ongoing inner dialogue to please the brain. That is such relief.

You can take a break from duality by applying hack #5.2 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing. If you do not want ever to return to duality, you remain in a state of not-knowing until the enlightenment of that which is one set in.
