POOL Without the noise of thoughts [draft]

The experience of something, whether material, immaterial or spiritual, is an illusion and so is the one believing to experiencing it because there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless and it takes more than one to experience anything. Hack #4.2 The basic self versus the special one is not about transforming yourself or realising the real you, but that what you believe to be is an illusion because it requires more than one to be someone and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. Acknowledging this, it is fun to pretend to be someone. That is if you stick to the basic self. This is what this hack explores.

The player of a video game has no power to change what and where it appears to be in the game. No matter what the player chooses to do, the subsequent events are built into the game by its creator. Likewise, in the game where you appear to be someone substantial in a world defined by time and space.

Every experience of it unfurls according to the script made by its creator, namely the brain. But unlike the player of a video game, the one experiencing to be someone in a world defined by time and space is not outside of it. What and where you experience to be is in the brain and entirely managed by its script. In other words, you only exist as a fantasy of the brain.* To manifest it as if it is a world outside the brain where you appear to be living, the world needs to be ratified by you, so it seems tangible and you substantial.

From the pool of thoughts, the brain has made to be used for the perception of the experiences it renders, the rogue* consciousness of the self seeks out those thoughts it assumes that can be used to build a perception which is different from the one the brain automatically generates.

Separating thoughts from others have have the same effect as splitting a neutron from an atom nucleus. It sends out more all by itself, that split and sends out more and so on. So the price of making a perception where you seem to be a more special self than in the basic version made the brain is a mess of thoughts that seems to fight each other. So behind confident face of the special self, there is much fear.

But if the automatically generated perception by the brain is not edited, so it seems to establish you as a master of the brain, it remains the master and you, its happy servant, wherefore there is nothing to fear. Being in sync with the set up of the brain is like navigating a well-designed website. There is no doubt where to click.

That is why the brain, besides the unchangeable construction of thoughts that makes up the script of you as someone in a world defined by time and space, has made a pool of free-flowing thoughts from where you can put thoughts together that form a perception of the experiences created by the brain, which establishes them as real, so they in return prove you are someone definitive.

If you do not make perceive the experiences to be something, what and where you appear to be is exposed as a fantasy created by the brain from out of nothing. Hence there does not appear to be something hiding there is no more than the formlessness of oneness. But if you make a perception that substantiates the experiences coming from the brain, it feels like you are someone substantial in a tangible world.

Actually, to feel this, you do not even have to make a perception yourself. The brain has scripted the consciousness it has built into you to automatically construct a perception from the pool of thoughts it created for this so that its fantasy made from nothing will be established as something.

Having a perception in sync with the script of the brain is like being in a silent movie. There is not all the noise, that otherwise seems to come from thoughts.

The collection of these thoughts into a perception that ratifies the world of the brain as something outside of it sounds like insignificant jabber in the background. It can be compared to the sound that comes from the engine of a car, you keep running while taking a break. You hardly notice it.

When experiences are not perceived to come from the brain but from the heart, for example, the circulation of thoughts increase because you need more of them to prove your point.

But the sound of the thoughts is not insignificant jabber in the background when you stop the automatic perception of the experiences made by the brain and invent one yourself in which you and not the brain are in control.

In that case, you must all the time be aware of the thoughts made available by the brain for making a perception of its experiences because you must stop them from automatically making a perception in sync with them so that you can make a perception yourself that is in sync with the story you have made to replace the experience delivered by the brain. To gather enough evidence for this, you steer up the pool of thoughts so you can seek out the those that confirm the story of you being in charge of your life.

To establish your story as the truth, you maintain an internal conversation with somebody perceived to be in it. This, however, makes you confused because your story does not experiences created by the brain, and they are the ones in effect. But instead of correcting your story, you seek out more thoughts to prove that it is true. And since that speeds them up, you feel stressed from the noise of their acceleration.

No worries. If you do not try to solve this in a way that you perceive to be your own, but simply say, it is what it is, the sound of thoughts become insignificant jabber in the background. Hence they do not disturb the happiness this perception entails.

You can also take it one step further and say dunno what it is (see ´I know what it is´ versus ´It is what it is´ versus ´Dunno what it is´) and thus enter a state of not knowing and its bliss of emptiness. This you also enter if you do not do anything at all because the energy of unedited stress automatically ignites a take-off to the empty breath. From this, you cannot conclude you are out of sync with the brain if you feel confused and stressed because this may also happen when you are in sync. The difference, though, is that when in sync with the brain, all feelings are experienced to be entertaining, whereas when out of sync they are divided into good and evil, which does not feel entertaining but depressing.

What you can conclude from the above, however, is that when one´s perception is in sync with the brain, it feels entertaining to appear as someone in a world defined by time and space. And it does not require any effort to make this perception because it happens all by itself unless you seek out particular thoughts to build a special perception where you and not the brain seems to be in charge.

The latter calls for more thoughts than there are in the pool of thoughts the brain has made for this. But by concentrating on specific thoughts, they seem to multiply, so there appears to be more than enough for the construction of your special perception. But the speedy and chaotic behaviour of the leftover thoughts disturbs the communication between the brain and the body, so it always seems to lack energy. Hence everything is experienced as burdensome.

You feel happy when every experience made by the brain is perceived as it is what it is because then they all are entertaining.

But if you in attempt to be free and independent of the brain make a perception of the experinces as if they are about capitalism, socialism or spiritualism, for example, you are out of sync with them and thus the world because it is a manifistation of them. Hence everything appears to be very complicated and not as straightforwrd like when perceived as it is what it is.

Meditation does not fix this. Its purpose is also to generate thoughts, namely for special concepts, for example inner peace or higher consciousness (read more about the false promises of meditation here). Nor will it help if you give up or let go off your special perceptions, as doing so enhances the perception of being in charge. The only thing that will help is not to edit the perception that the brain automatically makes, namely it is what it is.

There is no meaning to be found in a world where there seems to be more than one, nor anywhere else, because it takes more than one to find something, and there is no more than that which is one. As already said, you can also override the automatically made perception, it is what it is, with dunno what it is and enter the bliss of nothing. This takes you back one second in linear time (read more about that here) from what and where you experience to be right now, because it has taken the brain one second to process this experience from the gap it imagines to be in between oneness and the nothingness outside of it (read more about that here).

But there is nothing outside of oneness as it is formless and therefore endless. Thus regardless of how you perceive your present experience, it has never happened, nor have you, ultimately speaking, ever had it because there is no more than that which is one and it takes more than one to experience something.

Hack #4.2 The basic self versus the special one, however, operates within the belief that you are someone in a world defined by time and space so if you totally want to surpass this illusion, skip this hack and go to hack #5-7.1 From the inner senses through a black hole into that which is one. Keep on reading this hack, if you for the time being want to remain as someone who happily participates in the brains adventure of nothing rendered as something.

In that which is one there is no separation and thus no differences. This does not mean, however, that everything is the same because there is no more than that which is one. That is why you have no friends. Actually, you do not have anything since that requires more than one. For the same reason, you cannot know oneness is formless and therefore endless, so you have everything.

In that which is one, by the way, there is neither something or nothing, because it requires more than one for anything to be there. For the same reason, what you believe to be is neither there or anywhere else. This is not explainable in a world where there seems to be more than one, nor is it in that which is one, as it takes more than one to explain something.

This article, therefore, does not claim to explain anything. Nor does it point to oneness, as it takes more than one to do so. Instead, it points to the illusion of experiencing anything, including this article, so you are not tempted to perceive nothing as something. All the duality hacks facilitate this, and they automatically apply themselves when you read Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teaching not to learn but unlearn everything.

This, of course, does not result in something but nothing, wherefore there is not something to cause problems anymore. Be aware that this at first may feel empty as if you are very clumsy. No worries. That is how the script of the brain deals with you having the belief in being someone undone. If not being put off by that, but perceiving it as it is what it is, you forget your conditioned way of how to be someone and soon say dunno what it is and thus are in the emptiness of bliss. *) The brain, of course, is also a fantasy because there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. In other words, nobody is making the fantasy of a brain that makes a fantasy of a world defined by time and space because it takes more than one to do so and there is no more than that which is one. To spell it out, everything you read here or somewhere else is an illusion. Yet the illusion you seem to be engaged in right now is made to expose that so nobody perceives any experience to be something, wherefore there does not appear to be anything hiding, there never was and never will be more than that which is one.
