+ You need the brain and it needs you to experience its rendering of the world to appear as if it is real [under development]

No matter how you experience the appearances on a computer screen and where you believe the experience to come from, whatever is experienced to be on the screen is not there. Every part of it is an illusion generated by the computer, and it only seems to be real due to your perception of it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The brain needs to be constantly occupied with something, that seems to confirm separation, otherwise it gets so bored to function. For a while though you can fool it with perceiving the breath in two separate sections of going up and down (read more about that here), but if you are really devoted to this the monotony of it will after 20 minutes, 45 at most, cancel out the difference between up and down, so that there is no separation and therefore nothing to keep the brain active, wherefore it falls into coma (read more about that here).

As this is the end of your appearance as someone in a body, there is not something definitive that seems to hide there never was or will be more than the formlessness of oneness.

When you are fed up with the brains basic rendering of you as someone in a world defined by time and space but too frightening ignore it, the special self sets in by offering you more exotic ways of perceiving the world. It tricks you for example into believing that by coming from the heart (read more about that con trick here), living in the now or having direct experiences you will be part of something greater and thus more content.

But since all experiences – no matter where you believe they are coming from or how they seemed to be experienced – are a construction of thoughts (read more about that here), they are fabricated in the brain. These special experience though are not directly made by the brain but by the brain has fabricated to be aware of you as someone definitive.

Whether the special self convince you to indulge or refrain from sex, because the purpose is to enhance the belief in being someone in charge of its own life.

This consciousness believes it has separated itself from the brains rendering of it as a basic self and become its own independent being, which it has accomplished by editing the stream of thoughts from the brain, so they seem to result in feelings confirming it to special and in charge of its own life.

But feelings are not something the special self want to be experienced as if they come from itself but the world, because that confirms itself to be someone there. This is why it always justify feelings, so that they seem to be caused by something or somebody outside of itself, where as if a feeling is completely experienced by itself through being what it feels and nothing else, there is not something to contrast what it seems to be.

Those who think we are here to learn something want to be someone definitive, because only as such do you seem to be able to learn something. Yet being that which is you, there is no need of learning anything but to unlearn everything, because that which is you cannot learn anything, as it is that which is one and it takes more than one to learn anything.

As that means there is nothing to define it, there is not somebody to experience a world where there seems to be more than one. Consequently there is nobody but you. And yet you do not exist, because there is no world to confirm it.
