Notes about the basic self versus the special one, Part 2 [under construction]

You may believe in free will, but it is nothing but a believe. Appearing to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, it is the brain that takes every decision, except when connected with the empty breath, but since it does not know of the world where you believe to be, it changes nothing but your believe in being there. And not believing to be there, it does not seem to hide, there is no free will, as it takes more than one to make a choice and there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless.

When you believe to be special you define yourself by how you imagine to affect others and what you believe other people think about that, so you are in constant need to have everything defined in a way, that meets your expectations of being someone special

torture erase the sense of self

Though nothing in a dream is planned by anybody, everything goes according to plan, and there is nothing you can do about that. Yet you are free to choose how to perceive it.

You do not seem to have any control over the events in a dream that you are having. Yet it is you who decide if you want to be frightened by the monsters or not. Likewise when you appear to be somebody substantial in a tangible world where there seems to be more than one.

the experience we have of being someone definitive amongst like-minded ones is like having a dream where we appear to be with others. Yet it is a dream we have all by ourselves.

it is so relaxing not having to stop, limit or change the experience of what you appear to be by not having sex, negative thoughts or whatnot, because when not editing your experience so they fit into specific spiritual or mundane concepts, regardless they appear to be good or bad they do not last, so you feel free and feathery

Every time there seems to come a thought on top of the previous one, that doubts it, you can be sure you are following the special self – especially if that is doubted as well.

It is only the special self, who has a need to question everything and urge others to do the same. The basic self has no such need. It is to be compared to a car in Monopoly, which never ask who it is, but goes where the throw of the dice tells it to go. If that is to a place considered to be a prison or a free parking spot is all the same. Everything is equally fun to explore.

All experiences, regardless you call them direct, coming from the heart or whatnot, comes from the brain, where they are fabricated in such a way that the biological system reacts to them so you are fooled to believe you experience something real outside of you. That is if you have accepted what you appear to be as real. If not everything experienced is of course unreal. But the brain counts on you wanting to be real, and thus to experience a real world outside of you so your existence seems to be confirmed by what you experience, despite both the experiencer and the experienced is illusion. In other words, it is also an illusion that what you appear to be and see is a fabrication made by the brain. Just like in the context of this illusion, that nobody is making a dream you seem to be having and nobody is in it.

It is not even an it is all fabricated inside of you – also that there is an inside and outside, because if you are not real you are nothing

Those starting on a new diet, for example vegetarian, desperately try to make vegetarian dishes, that remind them of lasagna, burgers or other dishes from their past life instead of exploring the tastes of the new diet. The same applies to those who want to be special by being spiritual. They desperately try to find ways to make it fit into their past life, so they can have a spouse like they used to by calling it a soulmate instead. But having a spouse/soulmate or not has nothing to with spirituality, as spirituality is that which is one and it takes more than one to be have something. In other words, there is no spirituality in a world where there seems to be more than one.

The special self always finds thoughts, it judges to be wrong and thus get rid off by projecting them on somebody else, so that they can be the imperfect background for the perfectness of the special self .
