If you quickly want to know how to connect with the inner breath, jump straight to the articles Take-offs to the inner breath and What does the inner breath feel like?

When I some years ago were hired to teach graphic design on a school for advertising I had a problem, because though I had been designing many magazines, websites, flyers and ads for companies big and small it was solely done by intuition. I had no education at all. So to be able to provide the students with specific guidelines, I tried to deduce some ground rules from my own work.

Regarding the new theme Being a medium for the inner breath, the inner and outer senses are automatically synchronised I am in a similar situation. I do not have specific guidelines for connecting with the inner breath*, so that it can function as an automatic switch between the outer and inner senses and make the glimpses of enlightenment** from the world of the inner senses the base from where the world of the outer senses is perceived.

I am not using an ingenious system myself for this, and I am not a wise man, who knows about secret ways from obscure scriptures. What it is, that makes it possible for me to have the connectedness with the inner breath is a mystery – likewise how to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one and have glimpses of it.

Before I started writing Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings, I was not even aware of the ways to undo the belief in being someone definitive, that are described in part 1-3 of Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings. All I knew was, that a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion.

It is not that I do anything specific to be connected with the inner breath. It is rather that I do not do anything, but something is being done through me – as a medium I guess. And while writing the new theme Being a medium for the inner breath, the inner and outer senses are automatically synchronised, it seems that different ways have been deducted from me not doing anything, that you may be able to use in order to also become a medium for the inner breath.

The inner breath feels like a swing of something non definable making the body expand and contract in order to breath in and out. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

What is called the inner breath in Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings may be similar to ´Holy Breath´ in Christianity, as the word ´holy´ basically means whole, and the inner breath is a whole breath*. If you do not interfere with breathing at all, as if it is something you do, the swing of the inner breath comes to you on its own accord. It is the meeting point between the inner and outer senses. And it is also a preliminary stage of the vibration symbolised by Aum***, which moves so fast that there is no more swing to feel. Just a transparent tingling of stillness.

If this is what you want, do not try to be a good student, who is able to memorize and replicate Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings to perfection. Most importantly, do not spend time on processing them.

Read the theme about the inner breath very fast to learn about the inner breath, and then forget everything you have read, so that you can become nothing but a medium for the inner breath.

Only those believing to be somebody have a need to do things in their own pace.

The need to connect with the inner breath in your own pace or to have time to process what you read about it comes from the ego, because it needs time to twist all the new info, so that it fits into the categories of its established concept of spirituality. Therefore read not to understand and learn about the inner breath but to take-off on a trip without knowing what an where you are.

Most importantly, read not to become or have more in a spiritual, mental, emotional or materialistic way, because what the inner breath gives is not measurable. This does not mean, you must avoid being and having more but not care it, if you want to connect with the inner breath.

It is not necessary to undo the belief in being someone specific in order to be a medium for the ways and techniques of my non teachings, but it is necessary to have the willingness. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

It is not necessary to undo the belief in being someone specific in order to become a medium for the inner breath, but it is necessary to have the willingness to undo it. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The ego will probably tell that Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings is too much and that you should find something lighter and more merry. And if you want to remain as someone definitive, you better do what it says, because it is a prerequisite for connecting with the inner breath, that you are determined to undo the belief in being someone definitive.

Kind regards
Alexius

*) See the article To accept yourself is to not accept being someone definitive, where what is now called the inner breath in Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings is talked about as the wholly breath.

**) You can learn how to have glimpses of enlightenment in the article Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment.

***) Read the article Life has no secrets and learn how to hear or feel the vibration, that Aum symbolises.
