Stress comes from avoiding the fast frequency of the inner senses

Constantly trying to be somebody stresses you, because that turns you into a creature frozen into definable and dense appearances and that which is you is not definable, but extremely fast, formless and free-flowing. The inner senses is constantly urging you to go with this flow of nothingness instead of believing it is possible to be somebody. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Constantly trying to be someone specific is stressing, because it requires you to be extremely slow in order to be appear as if you are someone definitive, but that which is you is neither slow or definitive – it is extremely fast, formless and transparent. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

It takes a lot of effort to be active in the world of the outer senses contrary to being active in the world of the inner senses, which requires no effort but to not make an effort to be someone in the world of the outer senses.

To not make this effort, does not mean you must to be inactive in a certain body posture in the world of the outer senses. You can go shopping wildly or quietly, walk in the nature or the city at any pace. As long as there is no effort to become someone special from what you shop or to feel as to part of the environment where you are walking.

The world of the outer senses is a low-frequency world, so if you feel stressed there, it is not due to its speed, but that you constantly avoid synchronizing with the high frequencies of the inner senses. They are so fast that separation cannot be taken seriously, and so the belief in being someone definitive is exposed as an illusion.

When you try to be someone special, the high activity level of the inner senses seems disturbing and therefore stressful, but if you do not try to be someone special the high activity level of the inner senses seems extremely blissful. That being said, if your intention of going with the flow of the inner senses is to be blissful, it will not work for you, because to be blissful is to be someone special, and in order to be something specific, you must be in control, which means the flow of the inner senses is fenced off.
