Do not try to organise or stop thoughts and feelings, because when untouched the speed of them can be used as a take-off to the empty breath, which is indifferent to their apparent differences and therefore the suffering the belief in separation seems to cause. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Every thought or feeling is a reminder, that it cannot cause you to suffer if not shared or justified with the world*, but used as fuel to ignite a take-off to the empty breath, which undoes the belief that there is someone definitive having specific thoughts or feelings.

As the result of this is a state of not-knowing, it is not before the connectedness with the empty breath is broken, that there is someone to know, that not to believe you are someone definitive is the end of all suffering.

This is not meant to be understood as it is not necessary to take good care of the body, because even though the empty reveals that appearing to be in it – or anywhere else – is an illusion, it is through the illusion of being there, that you connect with the empty breath.

And you have to connect with it again and again (see where in the previous article Where to find the bliss of ´the empty breath´ and how in the next article How to ignite take-offs to ´the empty breath´), because the connection cannot last very long, if you want to remain in the consciousness of being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, since the brain falls into coma if not kept active with thoughts of me and them (see the article Willingness to not exclude but include undoes the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one).

If thoughts and feelings are not stopped or organised into something that seems meaningful but instead used as a take-off to the empty breath, you will not know of them anymore.

But if you do not want to remain as someone definitive, you do not mind the brain falls apart, because then it cannot map out, that there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless.

To spell it out, regardless you want to remain as someone definitive or not, the state of not-knowing induced by the empty breath is bound to end after 20 minutes, at the most 45, so that the consciousness of being someone definitive can be resumed or totally erased.
