(+) The acknowledgment of a feeling unveils its nothingness of bliss

If you feel like an outsider, you do not solve it by blaming others for taking your space, but by completely being that and nothing else, as then there is no insider to contrast it and therefore no outsider, since one cannot be without the other. The feeling of inferiority seems to go away, when you are able to find faults in those you believe to have caused it, so that they seem inferior and you superior. This way of escaping the feeling, however, is like covering it the with a lid in a pot. Sooner or later the pressure from the suppressed feeling will blow off the lid and pass on a steam of inferiority.

Since the pot in this metaphor is your body, the above is a way of saying, that although judging somebody to be wrong seems to make you right, the problem has not gone away, because it has just been buried inside your body from where it will leak out, when the body expels the suppressed feeling through physical diseases.

Completely being a feeling is as easy as totally devoting yourself to sex or being in love.

The way to really get rid of an unpleasant feeling is not to suppress it but to acknowledge it. This is not done by telling, what you feel to whomever you believe to have triggered it – neither by sharing it with friends or a psychiatrist – as doing so will distance you from actually feeling it, so that it cannot be acknowledged, which it is when you completely are that feeling all by yourself.

Being nothing but inferior, there is nothing superior to contrast it and therefore not something to define you as being inferior or anything else, because the cancellation of one contrast momentarily rubs off on all those appearing to define you. Thus you are in the state of not-knowing.

This does not mean, that whatever you were upset about before you entered a state of not knowing is solved. Your body may still hurt, for example. But as there is nobody to perceive it as something, it is like experiencing somebody in a movie being hurt.

And as nothing in a movie real, your thoughts and feelings about it does not matter, nor is it important to adjust your experience of it to the concepts of what is right and wrong for you to feel good, because you are not there. That is if you have not left the bliss of nothingness and returned to the conscious experience of being someone definitive.

Regardless you are in a state of not-knowing or in the conscious experience of being someone definitive, the body is attended to as if it is something, so you may consult a qualified health care professional to take care of it. But being in a state of not-knowing, the thoughts and feelings regarding apparent problems are not considered to be something.

To resume, it is the acknowledgement of a feeling as something specific that you experience as someone definitive, which makes it possible for you to completely be this feeling and nothing else, so there is nothing left to contrast what you are being, wherefore you are indefinable and thus in a state of not-knowing. Hence there is nobody to know, the feeling has vanished, nor is there a need to seek out any other feeling to be confirmed as someone definitive.

But as the brain falls into coma, if not constantly occupied with seeking out contrasts that seem to confirm you as someone definitive, the blissful state of not-knowing cannot last more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, if you want to remain as if you are someone definitive.**

In the indifference of the empty breath all contrasts are slowly but surely cancelled out, which includes the contrast of life and death. Thus both of them is just momentarily appearances., that are not real. The same applies finite contra indefinite.

When all contrast have been cancelled out, what you believe to be is over, because it was founded on to be or not to be. Thus there is no contrast appearing to hide that there never was or will be more than that which is one.

Without the awareness of contrasts, which comes from dividing everything in black and white, day and night, right and wrong and so on, nothing can be defined, so if the brain is not kept active by dividing everything in more than one, it cannot uphold the consciousness of you as someone definitive, wherefore you are in a state of not-knowing. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

So you must leave a state of not-knowing by rebooting the brain through for example the fear of dying, that since it is a contrast to living reestablish one of the main contrasts making up the consciousness of you as someone definitive. The brain is also rebooted, if you go with the urge of knowing what and where you are and seek out specific thoughts and feelings to confirm a consciousness experience of that.

But instead of returning from a state of not-knowing to the experience of being someone definitive, you can go with the flow of nothingness into the enlightenment of that which is one, where there is no consciousness, states of bliss or anything else that requires more than one. Hence there is not something that seems to hide, there never was or will be more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless.***

You are in a state of not-knowing, when you do not know what and where you are, neither your beloved ones. Yet it is your devotion to what they appear to be and what you believe to be, that exposes the nothingness of you as well of them.

If you leave a state of not-knowing by going with the contrast of dying/living or the urge to know what and where you are, you can can always ignite a new take-off to the empty breath. SeeTake-offs to ´the empty breath´, and How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´. But if going to the point of no return in the enlightenment of that which is one, you do not exist anymore, because it takes more than one to exist and there is no more than that which is one.

No reason to worry about accidentally going to the point of no return, as in most cases fear or the urge to seek knowledge will set in before that, so that you automatically return to the consciousness of being someone definitive. In fact neither Alexius or anybody else has passed this point, because it only takes one to undo what is not one, since there is no more than that which is one.
