SXG + Totally being what you feel unveils the nothingness of bliss

If you feel like an outsider, you do not solve it by blaming others for taking your space, but by completely being that and nothing else, as then there is no insider to contrast it and therefore no outsider since one cannot be without the other. Feeling wrong seems to go away when you complain about somebody because that makes you appear right and others wrong. But escaping what you do not like to feel by complaining about others is like hiding the feeling in a pot with a tight lid. Sooner or later the pressure from the suppressed feeling will blow off the cover and come out in a steam of grievances.

Since the pot in this metaphor is your body, the above is a way of saying, that although complaining about somebody at first seems to make you feel better, the problem has not been solved. Your resentment has just been buried inside your body from where it will leak when the body expels the suppressed feeling through physical diseases you will love to complain about.

Totally being a feeling is as easy as being completely devoted to sex, for example.

The way to get rid of feeling upset is not to suppress it but to be it. And this is not done by telling friends or a psychiatrist about it, as doing so alienate you from feeling it.

So do not share it with anybody. Instead, feel upset all by yourself until you are nothing but that, so there is no calmness to contrast it and therefore not something to define you to be upset or anything else. Consequently, you are in a state of not-knowing.

This does not necessarily mean, that the symptoms of being upset are gone. Your body may still hurt, for example. But as there is nobody to perceive it as something, it is like experiencing somebody in a movie being hurt.

And as nothing in a movie real, the thoughts and feelings popping up about it make no difference, and there any need to sync the experience of it with concepts of right and wrong for you to feel good because there is nobody to know what and where you are. That is if you remain in the bliss of nothingness and do not return to the conscious experience of being someone definitive.

Regardless you are in a state of not-knowing or in the conscious experience of being someone definitive, the body must be attended to as if it is something, maybe with the help of a qualified healthcare professional. Being in a state of not-knowing, however, the thoughts and feelings regarding apparent problems in the body are not scaring so they do not become psychosomatic but remain to be physical problems. To sum it up, it is the acknowledgement of a feeling as something specific that you experience as someone definitive, which makes it possible for you to completely be this feeling and nothing else, so there is not something left to contrast what you are being, wherefore you are indefinable and thus in a state of not-knowing. Hence there is nobody to know, the feeling has vanished, nor to seek out other feelings to confirm you as someone definitive.

The brain, however, falls into a coma after 20 minutes, 45 at most,* without your conscious participation in its rendering of a world defined by time and space. So if you do not want to disappear in the nothingness from where the conscious experience of this is conceived, you must return to the consciousness of being someone definitive by resuming your grievances of others, so the contrast of you and them and thus you as someone definitive is reestablished. Read here how grievances seem to make you appear to be real.

In the indifference of the empty breath contrasts are slowly but surely cancelled out, including the contrast of life and death. When they all contrast are cancelled out, there is not someone definitive to hide there never was or will be more than that which is one.

But instead of returning from a state of not-knowing to a the conscious the experience of being someone definitive, you can go with the flow of nothingness into the enlightenment of that which is one, where there is no consciousness, states of bliss or anything else that requires more than one. Hence there is not something that seems to hide, there never was or will be more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless.**

You are in a state of not-knowing, when you do not know what and where you are, neither your beloved ones. Yet it is your devotion to what you and them is believed, that exposes the nothingness of this belief.

If you leave a state of not-knowing by resuming your grievances, you can always return to a state of not-knowing by using the restless energy of your grievances to ignite another take-off to the empty breath. See Take-offs to ´the empty breath´ and How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´. But if go on from a state of not-knowing to the enlightenment of that which is one and do not stop if by perceiving any differences in it, you are do not appear to be different from that which is one is anymore. This not only means that the appearance of you as someone definitive is over but that you never existed as such, because it takes more than one to exist as someone and there is no more than that which is one.

No reason to worry about accidentally and abruptly vanish in the enlightenment of that which is one, because in most cases fear or urge to seek knowledge will set in so that you automatically block out the enlightenment of that which is one and remain in the consciousness of being someone definitive. Obviously, neither Alexius or anybody else has passed the point of no return in the enlightenment of that which is one because a world where there seems to be more than one there is still experienced, and it only takes one to undo what is not one since there is no more than that which is one.

APPENDIX: WHERE IS A STATE OF NOT-KNOWING?
A state of not-knowing is nowhere in the sense that it arises from the nothingness from which the brain creates the conscious experience of someone definitive in a world defined by time and space. The brain is just as immaterial as what it seems to create, but it uses its creation to make it seem material. The created gladly attests to this, as otherwise, the world would not appear to be substantial. In the context of this creation, where nothing seems to be something, a state of not-knowing abstractly speaking appears to originate from the back of the head.

At least this is how it seems at first because many old grievances that you are unaware of seems to make a blockage in the rest of the brain.*** If they are acknowledged as friends of you, however, they will not appear to create pressure in your head but transparent bliss. Yet the whole brain will never be transparent in a state of not-knowing because some parts of it are needed to render you as someone in a world defined by time and space. No need to stop complaining. On the contrary. Without them a world where there seems to be more than one would not appear to be there.

So keep on complaining, but do it with a smile in your eye – like you do when complaining about going to jail in a game like Monopoly, well knowing that it is not real, but what you need to do to appear as if you are better and, therefore, different from others, since that is what the game is about.

But you do not enter a state of not-knowing by stopping or getting rid of grievances, nor by understand them or forgiving those you resent for having caused them. It is the acknowledging of them as they are, that makes it possible for you to be them and nothing else so there is to contrast them, wherefore your being is undefinable and you, therefore, are in the bliss of not believing to be someone definitive.

As there is nobody to know this, it is not before returning to the consciousness of being someone definitive, a vague memory of the bliss it is to not be in this awareness pops up. Read more about how to approach grievances in the below articles:
