+(++)´The empty breath´ is empty space and so is what you believe to be (in the process of being updated)

What you believe to be and see is nothing but empty space. Thus not being and seeing something specific is a blissful walk on air. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The empty breath does not know the concepts of time and space. This is not because it is spiritual, as spirituality does not know of such concepts either, since it is formless. And due to that it has no beginning and end, wherefore there is nothing but empty space outside of it. That is where we find the empty breath. Also a world defined by time and space.

Science states, the world that we seem to feel and see consist of 99.9999999 percent empty space. The rest is what we perceive as elements of matter making up a world defined by time and space, despite it also is empty space and just like a dream consists of nothing solid. See also the articles Where to find the bliss of ´the empty breath´ and Free to float in the void of ´the empty breath´.

In other words, the empty breath and a world defined by time and space is nothing but empty space. The only reason empty space and thus the empty breath seems hidden to you is that you believe the brains rendering of this emptiness into a 3D world where you seem to be someone substantial is real. See also You exist nowhere else than in your own dreamscape.

And as the empty breath is empty space unprocessed by the brain, it is only the belief that you are someone substantial living in the tangible world processed by the brain from out of empty space, that seems to separate you from the empty breath – and thus that there is nothing but spirituality.

It is not possible to be something specific, because reality is that which is one and since it is formless and therefore endless, there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Spirituality is often assumed to be about unconditional love, compassion, wisdom and cosmic consciousness, but as spirituality is formless, it cannot be defined. Neither can it be experienced, since it is that which is one and it takes more than one to experience something.

Nor is there anything to be experienced outside of it, because formlessness has no beginning and end. Hence the experience of you as someone in a world defined by time and space or transformed into something more subtle is make-believe.

In other words, the experience of a tangible world, where you and Alexius are substantial appearances separated by time and space is make-believe – and so is the experience of being connected with the empty breath (see the articles It is easy to feel ´the empty breath´ when not looking for somethingWhatever that you are aware of is an illusion, because it requires more than one to be conscious of something and A perfect moment takes you back to the first moment of the world).

Expansion and contraction is the basic contrast keeping the fantasy of a world defined by time and space going. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The connectedness with the empty breath, however, is so closely related to the basic contrast making up the perception of you as someone definitive, namely expansion and contraction, that a continuous connection with it cancels out this contrast (see Without contrasts there is no duality, and so nothing seems to hide non-duality), so that there is nothing to hide that what appears to be something is nothing.

This is not to say, that you and the world where you appear to be disappears when connected with the empty breath, as there is nothing to disappear, except the belief that it is real. The more this belief is undone, the less the apparent differences in this delusional world seems to be divided by time and space, wherefore there is nothing to support the world processed by the brain to be real.

There is nobody in a dream and nobody is making it. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

This does not mean that this belief is forever undone, but that you are indifferent to the separation time and space seems to induce for up to 20 minutes, 45 at most (see Where to find the bliss of ´the empty breath´), before the belief is compulsively picked up again. Should you wonder who it is, that picks it up or who is wondering about this, the answer is nobody, because there is nobody in empty space. Just like that even though a dream appears to come from the one dreaming it, nobody is making it or in it, neither is the dream in the one who appears to be dreaming it, because there is nothing in it. See also INTRO TO HACK #4-7, ´The empty breath´ and the bliss of not believing to be someone.

To make long short, what you believe to be to be in a world defined by time and space is a tale automatically composed by the brain from out of nothing, as if it is something, so the more you believe that there is something, the less you can connect with nothingness of the empty breath.

This article is a preface to What does ´the empty breath´ feel like?.

So even though the swing of the empty breath (see the paragraph of the same name in the next article What does ´the empty breath´ feels like?) is described to be felt inside the body, do not use this description to limit your experience of it, as if it as it is something definitive in a specific place (see the paragraph The transparent sound of the empty breath in the next article What does ´the empty breath´ feels like?).

And be aware that the descriptions of the empty breath in that article are written by someone, who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, which means that just like the concepts of the world in a game like Monopoly, for example, are acknowledged but not believed to be real when you are playing it, the concept of dividing everything in contrasts, that seem to twist empty space into elements of matter, are acknowledged but not believed to be real

Thus you should take the terms of inside and outside in regards to experiencing the empty breath with a grain of salt.*

The graphic, which is grabbed from the web, has been manipulated by Alexius.

The circles in this image graphically illustrates a few of the non-definitive circles within the empty breath, which you can read more detailed about in the next article What does the empty breath feel like?.

Though the number of these non-definitive circles in the empty breath is countless, you may only feel one of them at a time passing through the head or above it and through the stomach or below it. None of the non definitive circles are outside of you as in this image, which rather reflects the egos idea of the empty breath, namely that you are somebody important in charge of it.

Yet you are not in charge of anything, because there is no life in the world where you believe to be, nor is what you believe to be there, since there is nothing but the oneness of life, as it is formless and therefore with no beginning and end.

The empty breath is not formless. It is nothing. But that is why it is your way back to the formlessness of oneness – or rather your way to see, that there is no more than that which is one, because in the indifference of empty breath to everything that seems to be something, also the one that seems to experience it, there is not something to hide that there is nothing but that which is one.

That is if you stay with the empty breath for more than 20 minutes. See Where to find the bliss of ´the empty breath´.

*) This is not to be understood, as if the apparent physical border of the body never should be taken literal. In fact it is very important to take it seriously, as long as it appears as if you are inside it and from there you navigate your way in a world defined by time and space.
