The function of the inner breath is to ignore the ego

The function of the inner breath is to erase all experiences of the past, as they are the base for what you think you are experiencing now, so that there is no more to experience and therefore not something definable to hide the formlessness of that which is you. The animation is grabbed from the web.

»When you express yourself from your pure essence it comes back to you in bigger and unexpected ways« This is a typical quote from so-called spiritual people, who though they consider themselves better than others just like them follow the egos craving for more.

From what I have skim read on the internet most so-called spiritual teachings are about growth and transformation from which you are supposed to get more love, more peace, more stillness or whatever you think is gonna turn you into someone who is more than others. You are also promised more energy and power from for example living in the now, which you are promised to be in the future after mastering specific techniques of self-control, that will make your body more strong and last much more.

It is not possible to be someone definitive, because the reality of that which is you is the formlessness of that which is one, and what is formless is endless. In other words, it is everything, so if you believe to be someone definitive, you are dreaming – and nothing in a dream can grow or be transformed by will, because there is nobody there.

If the techniques suggested for being and having more does not work as promised – and they never do – you are told to become more pure via some obscure diet or to think more positive by exercising more self-control. But no matter how much more you do, it is does not bring about more growth or transformation.

According to body psychology a person with the corners of mouth turned downwards have a tendency to depression, and if so it is obvious that Amma looks for happiness and needs to hug so many people to feel happy. A person with this or any other personality does not need to change or improve it, because the problem is not the personality. The problem is that you belief it is you. No worries. The inner breath undoes this belief – not with the result of happiness though but indifference to feeling happy or not. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

»It is said that the lifespan of a butterfly is only a few days to a week. Yet how joyously it flies around! It spreads delight and happiness to everyone. Our lives should be like this«. This quote from Amma clearly shows, that most so-called spiritual people have the same wish as everybody else in a world where there seems to be more than one, namely to be something they are not. Happy is not something you can be in such a world, neither somewhere else, because that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one, and it takes more than one to be happy or be anything at all.

You need the ego, an tv, a spouse or whatnot to blame for your state of mind, so that something appearing to be outside of you seems to bear bear witness to your existence. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The ego needs you to believe, there is something bad outside of you – television, society, your boss and whatnot – that is to be blamed for how you appear to be, so that something different from you seems to be the cause of your appearance and consequently is a witness to the existence of you as someone definitive. That is unless you go with the indifference of the inner breath, because then the apparent difference between inside and outside makes no difference. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Growth or transformation is an idea of the so-called ego. It wants you to always strive for being or having more, as doing so attest to you being someone definitive. Yet it is not possible to be someone at all, because that which is you is no different from that which is one and it takes more than one to be or have something.

From this follows that the ego – just like everything else in a world where there seems to be more than one – is make-believe. Nothing in such a world can be seen, if not contrasted by something, so to experience yourself as someone you must imagine being contrasted by someone, for example the ego. Imagining the existence of such a thing, it seems as if it bears witness to your existence.*

You do not feel validated as someone special unless there is drama around you, so are not looking for peace but shit, because you feed from those you judge to be monsters.

Anything can be used to meet this purpose. Often a spouse or some kind of an authority figure is used to witness, that specific thoughts and feelings proves you that you someone special – and by imagining, that the ego or others that are judged to be outside of you are the cause of these thoughts and feelings, you also seem to prove, that there is more than one. That is unless you go with the indifference of the inner breath, because then the apparent difference between inside and outside makes no difference.

Only what appears to have a form can be changed. Yet what is not formless does not exist, because formlessness is endless and consequently everything. In other words, if you want to be and have more you have forgotten, that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one.

This image is just one of many cries for more posted on the internet, where it seems most seriously believe that more is the solution to happiness.

This image, that somebody has posted on the internet, is just one of many cries for more. The ego promises, that more is the way to happiness, and it seems to be very succesful in making you believe, more is the solution to sadness – but less succesful in fulfilling its promise.

The function of the inner breath is to erase the belief that a world where there seems to be more than one is real
In my non-teachings you are not advised to exert self-control or do something to grow or be transformed. Becoming or having more is an illusion. There is no more than the formlessness of that which is one, because formlessness is endless and therefore everything.

Consequently Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings are solely about undoing the belief, it is possible to be and have more than which is one.

A pencil cannot undo what it has written, but an eraser can undo what the pencil has written. Likewise you cannot undo what you appear to be, but the inner breath can.

Undoing this belief is not something that you can do by avoiding to be and have more, trying to stop thoughts, surrendering to something higher or letting go of this and that, because doing so establishes you as someone definitive. The inner breath, however, slowly but surely erases all experiences, so that there is not someone definitive experiencing anything, which means it is not possible to believe being and having more than the formlessness of that which is one.
