To send love and healing enhances the belief in separation and therefore suffering

The concept of sharing is very important for those believing to be someone definitive, as it requires more than one to share something and therefore confirms the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from Ello.

The ego is very pleased, that to send love and healing is so popular, because it thrives on separation, and by sending something to somebody else you enhance the belief, that you are a separated being in a world where there seems to be more than one. In other words, by using your energy to share something with somebody perceived to be different from you, you are serving the ego.

Those sending love and whatnot, because they think they have something that somebody else do not have, consider themselves to be full of compassion. But all what they are full of is fear, and what they give is suffering, because they enhance separation, which is the cause of it.

But if you use the same energy as a means to take-off to the inner breath*, the need for sharing fades out, because the inner breath slowly but surely undoes the belief in separation, so that the more it is undone, the more you see the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one do not make a difference.

Hence the belief in separation is not enhanced and you are not serving the ego. Well, you are not serving anybody, because when apparent differences are not perceived to make a difference, you are nobody, which you already was, because it is not possible to be someone definitive.

That which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one. And as what is formless is endless, there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one.

*) Read about the inner breath in hack #4-7.4 The inner breath automatically synchs the outer and inner senses. If you, however, want to take-off to the inner breath at once start with the article Take-offs to the inner breath or What does the inner breath feel like?

NOTE: This article is a nota bene to parts of the previous one There is no end to the formlessness of that which is one, it is everything and so is that which is you. They are both part of hack #4-7.6 Notes about enlightenment and whatnot.
