To gracefully fall back into that which is one

If the volume of music is experienced to be too loud, you can turn it down – or shut it off. In similar ways many other things in the world can be controlled. Not death though. It can be postponed but not stopped.

Yet the experience of death as the end of you will change, if not fighting it but instead going with its flow, as that very abruptly undoes the belief in being someone definitive, so that there is nobody gracefully falling into the formlessness of that which is one.

In other words, when not defining what appears to be dying, you cease to appear as a someone at all. Hence there is no death to fear, and therefore nothing to hide, there is no difference between that which is you and the formlessness of that which is one.
