What and where are the inner and outer senses (upgraded)

The empty breath synchronise the outer and inner senses in such a way, that we become indifferent to being somebody in the tangible world of the outer senses and thus responsive to being nobody in the abstract world of the inner senses. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The world of the inner senses is experienced to be abstract, because the frequencies of nothingness hitting the senses have not yet been processed by the brain to appear as if they are physical elements in the world of the outer senses, which is the version of the same frequencies the brain processes in such a way, that we appear to be somebody definitive having a conscious experience of being in a substantial world.
