The empty breath and its bliss of nothing

The peace you look for via mindfulness, quiet music, and whatnot has so little energy that most dozes off and mistakes heaven for sleeping. Read more about that here. If you do not pacify yourself but instead step into the full uncontrolled speed of thoughts and emotions, the unbound energy ignites a take-off into the empty breath in which there is nothing but bliss. Nothing has to be done to become spiritual. On the contrary, spirituality is that which is one, and it takes more than one to do something. Besides, oneness is formless and therefore endless, so there is nothing but spirituality. In other words, if you seem to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, you are hallucinating.

Being angry is a terrific way to see a world where there seems to be more than one is a mirage. That is if you do not try to control the anger because then its unbounded ignites a take-off into the empty breath (read more about that in hack #5.2 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing). In its emptiness, there is nothing but bliss.

This does not mean you do not experience a world where there seems to be more than one anymore. But that you do not perceive its apparent differences to make a difference (read more about that in hack #3 Not being exclusive but inclusive is freedom from being someone definitive). Therefore, the belief in being separated eventually is undone, wherefore the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one cannot be ratified as real.
