Willingness to not exclude but include undoes the belief in duality (upgraded)

The more you are inclusive, the less there appear to be a world outside of you – neither inside, as without an outside there is no inside. In other words, when not excluding thoughts and feelings by justifying them with a world outside of you, the fantasy of being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is over. This does not mean that the fantasy is replaced by that which is one, as it is formless and therefore endless, so there never was and never will be anything else than that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When we believe to be somebody special in a world where there seems to be more than one, we must constantly tell stories where we as the key figure make everything right, or refer to stories of others that reflect on ourselves as someone special, so that we appear to make a difference and therefore can confirm the belief that we are someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

The complete inclusion of feelings cancels out the sense of within and without, so that there is not something appearing to hide, there is nothing but the formlessness of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The need to compose and communicate stories with you as someone definitive in an external world will fade out, the more there is willingness to not exclude but include the thoughts and feelings popping up, as the less there is an experience of an external world. Neither internal, since without an outside, there is no inside. Thus inclusiveness undoes the belief, that there is more than the formlessness of that which is one.

But if there is no need to be someone at all, there is no urge to share stories with somebody appearing to be in a physical, astral or online world. And so the story that cannot be told, since it is a state of not-knowing, is all that remains. See the article Inclusiveness is a state of not-knowing – and that is pure bliss for more about a state of not-knowing.

Trying to manifest yourself as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, is like trying to be someone in a dream. It is not possible, because there is nothing there. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The conclusion of this is not, that you must stop telling stories about your latest achievements or those you hope to come, if you want the bliss of being in a state of not-knowing. Alexius´ hacks to undo the belief in being someone definitive are not about stopping or avoiding anything, since that involves exclusion and thus enhances the belief in being someone definitive. Neither are they about transforming sex or something else but including everything as it appears to be, as that leaves nothing to define you as someone definitive.

So you can go on telling stories of you as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one – not anymore though with the intent of confirming the apparent separation of you and others, but of including those who appear in the stories. This has nothing to do with embracing them, since that enhances the belief in you as someone definitive, whereas inclusion exposes both the appearance of you and others as but empty space.

In most cases, however, we are not willing to include everything, as this leaves nothing to define us. We do not want to be nobody, so we persist in being somebody by excluding whatever it takes to make a difference for our kids, pets, work associates or somebody else in a world where there seems to be more than one.

No worries. If you acknowledge, that you are not willing to include everything, you are including the moment as it is, and thus entering the road of inclusiveness. See also Unwillingness is not different from willingness when included.

All the troubles and worries, that seem to come our way, are the illusions we have chosen to make up our road of inclusiveness, so welcome them by being willing to include them.

On the road of inclusiveness all sharing, communication and whatnot are something you pretend to do for or with others*, because there is nothing outside of you, that is not you. You are alone together** in a fantasy world where you seem to be separated from the formlessness of that which is one in a world where there seems to be more than one.

You may at first feel very sad, when you start realising, that you are not someone definitive. But when fully realised, you do not care – or rather there is nobody to care. That is the peace of oneness. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Yet, you are not alone. It is not possible, as that requires more than one and there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless. And this is why, it is so peaceful not trying to be and have more than that which is one. At first though it may not seem so, because when you do not believe, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, there is nothing to hope for, which seems very depressing until you realise, that without hope there is nothing to fear – and so there is peace.***

If you want to have the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one undone, it does not matter whether you appear to have positive or negative thoughts, feelings of love, hate and whatnot, as long as they are not excluded by justifying them with a world experienced to be external.

Be aware, that the above is not meant to be the ultimate explanation about a world where there seems to be more than one, neither is it meant to be correct, because nothing can explain why you believe to be someone definitive in a such a world, since that is not possible, as that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one and it takes more than one to believe, you are someone definitive.****

Nothing can explain, how come you believe to be someone definitive, because it is not possible, as that which is you is no different from that which is one and it takes more than one to be someone. For the same reason no explanation of which is one is correct. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Nor are any explanations or descriptions in my non teachings of that which is one correct, because that which is one cannot be explained or described, as that requires more than one.

For the same reason it is not possible to replace the belief in being someone definitive with pretending to be that, as often suggested in my non teachings.* But since you think you are reading this, you believe to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, and so replacing that belief with the belief that you just pretend to be someone there is useful in undoing it, because what and where you pretend to be, you are not.

Using Alexius duality hacks is not like using hacks to expand the mind – for example nootropics and LSD. They do not expand anything, neither do they improve the body or something else. Instead they undo the belief, that you are someone definitive in a body, whether that appears to be in a mundane or astral world.

In other words, you can keep your name and the clothes the body wears. And you do not need to become vegan or stop being it, as everything in a world where there seems to be more than one is equally illusionary. The hacks use whatever illusion, you seem to be involved in to undo it.

All the other hacks in my enlightened non teachings (see 8 duality hacks), except the enlightenment of that which is one, are no different from hacking the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one by not being exclusive but inclusive (hack #3). They all transfer you to a state of not-knowing from where the apparent differences in the world is not perceived to make a difference, so there does not appear to be more than one.

In a world where there seems to be more than one everything has a beginning an end, so it is not possible to a continuous state of not-knowing. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Nobody in a world where there seems to be more than one is walking around in a continuous state of not-knowing. To remain in the world – whether in a mundane or so-called spiritual way – you must constantly confirm that every one make a difference. And as that is not confirmed in a state of not-knowing, it will be on and off, until you are not willing to confirm, there is more than one. In that case, however, there is no more to state to be in, as it takes more than one to be in any kind of state

Hence there is nothing to hide that which always is, since it is formless and therefore endless, namely that which is one.

Yet you cannot remain in this state – also called a perfect moment in my non teachings – very long, because to appear as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one you must constantly confirm its apparent differences to make a difference. Hence a perfect moment is on and off, until you are not willing to perceive the apparent differences to make a difference.

You may also want to read Shortcuts to a perfect moment.

This does not mean, however, that this will make you stay in a state of not-knowing, as when you for a shorter time – less than half an hour – do not perceive differences to make a difference, there is no memory of a world where there seems to be more than one, and as it takes more than one to be in any kind of state, there is no state to be in.

Your existence as someone special is make-believe, which you try to make real with a list of made-up problems – like not being rich enough, pretty enough, young enough, clever enough and spiritual enough – so there always is something to fix.

That is, until you do not try to exclude what you judge to be wrong by blaming others for it but completely include it, so that there are no appearances to define you as someone definitive, and hence nothing appears to hide the formlessness of oneness.

For the same reason there is not someone to be and hence no consciousness to hide, there never was and never will be more than that which is one. Until then, let the memories of perfect moments remind you, that although you seem to be separated from that which is one, this separation is make-belief and using Alexius´ hacks it will be undone.

When you do not believe to be disassociated from the different appearances that you experience to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, you are alone together with them. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

*) See the article Inclusiveness is a state of not-knowing or check hack #1.5-6 Pretending to be a person and Pretending is a way out of duality, if you want to learn more about having the belief in being someone definitive undone by pretending to be what you are not.

**) Alone together can be compared to having a dream in the sense that everything that appears to happen in it – no matter how and where it is experienced to be – is actually happening in you. And though there seems to be many different appearances, they are not really there. There is nobody but you. You are alone having a dream about a world where there seems to be more than one. You can read more about this in the articles Alone together you bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is oneWho is alone together? and The door to the enlightenment of that which is one is alone together or hack #8.8 Alone together is the key to that which is one.

The excitement of being someone definitive versus the peace of nothing but formlessness (upgraded)

Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If you think, you are in joyful mood because of the sunset or the sensation of the wind touching your warm body, you are justifying the feeling of joy and thereby dissociating yourself from it in proportion to how much it is justified to be caused by something perceived to be outside of you.

This you probably choose in order to distance yourself from being too joyful, because that would blow you away, so there would not be nobody left to control your appearance as sexy and good-looking in the sunset – or in the future setups you have planned to be staged in as someone special in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Formlessness is that which is one, because if it was more than one, it would not be formless. And that is why it is nothing but peace.

In other words, the imagination of being someone definitive seems more exciting than the peace of formlessness, which cannot be imagined, neither experienced, since it takes more than one to imagine or experience something and what is formless cannot be more than one.

Those who believe to be somebody interesting only care for those, who can make them appear more interesting. That means they only care for illusions, because life is not interesting, since it that which is one and it takes more than one to be interesting. So be happy, when nobody seems to be interested in you.

But as formlessness is endless and therefore everything, whatever is imagined or experienced is make-believe. Hence there is nothing to plan or hope for but illusions.

NOTE: This article is an appendix to the previous one How to not feel fear but bliss by not being exclusive but inclusive.

How to not be fearful but blissful (upgraded)

Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

When a feeling, for example hate, is completely justified with something in a world experienced to be outside of you, it seems to be transferred from what is believed to be you to something that is believed to not be you. This includes love as well, because when hate cannot be experienced internally neither can its contrast love. In other words, hate and love does not seem to in you but a world outside of you.

To deny hate is to deny love, because they are two sides of the same coin.

But as these emotions only are excluded from your awareness, they are still in you. Not in the shape of hate and love though but of fear, because having justified hate with something in an external world, you are scared of what it will do to you in return, so from the emptiness generated by your apparent dissociation from hate/love, fear pops up again and again.

Exclusiveness generates a belief in scarcity, contrary to inclusiveness that generates nothing, so there is not something to miss – and that is pure bliss.

Emptiness, however, is also the result of the complete inclusion of hate, since that leaves nothing to contrast love, so neither that or hate is experienced to exist at all. This emptiness, however, is not full of fear but bliss, as it is not based on the suppression of feelings but the transparency of exposing them as empty space.

In a state of not-knowing nothing seems to be different from you –and that is pure bliss Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Inclusiveness is pure bliss. That is, if everything excluded is not included, because when everything is included, there is nothing but the formlessness of that which is one, since it takes more than one to be blissful. In other words, by slowly including what has been excluded from your personality, perfect moments of bliss will come and go in a world where there seems to be more than one, until there is no more to include and therefore not something to hide, there is no more than that which is one.

In this state of emptiness everything in a world where there seems to be more than one is perceived as empty space in the sense that nothing seems to make sense. As it is a state of not-knowing, you cannot know how long you are in it. But measured in linear time it is not that long – at least not if you want to go on appearing as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, as then everything must constantly be perceived to make a difference.

A world where there seems to be more than one only appears to be there, because you want to believe, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Hence you imagine to be in world in the empty space outside of the formlessness of that which is one, but since formlessness is endless there is nothing outside of it. Neither inside, as without an outside there is no inside.

When returning to the imagination of a world where there seems to be more than one, it is like empty space is being filled with clouds, and the more they are divided in contrasts like good and bad, light and dark, past and future and so on, the more you appear to be in a substantial world where there seems to be more than one.

Without contrast this cat would disappear in empty space. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Although the world appears to be just like before you entered a state of not-knowing, you are approaching it in a less emotional way. This does not mean, there are no emotions, but that you play with them instead of them playing with you. That may offend a lot, but that is not a problem, because the more you are inclusive, the less there is a need to a be part of world where there seems to be more than one.

In most cases though hate is not completely but partially excluded, so that a piece of it can be used to contrast a bit of love, and thereby ratify the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one. Just like the white background of these black letters is partially excluded, so that it can contrast the letters shaping this article into an article appearing to be right in front of you.

The less the opposing elements of a contrast appear to make a difference, the less they produce meaning – and since bliss does not come from something but nothing, the more bliss there is.

If the background on the other hand is completely excluded, there is not something to contrast the letters. Hence they disappear in a gap of nothingness, which seems very scaring for those seeking meaning and consistency, but very blissful for those seeking nothing.

When the apparent separation between the opposing sides of a contrast is undone via the complete inclusion of one of them, the judge in you is out of work, as without separation there is nothing to judge – and that is pure bliss. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The complete inclusion of a feeling requires, that it is totally felt internally. But as hate, which is the example used in this article, has been completely excluded from what you believe to be by justifying it with something perceived to be outside of you, you have dissociated yourself from not only hate but also its contrast love plus a bunch of other emotions, since the dissociation of the contrast of hate and love rubs off on others.

This results in inner numbness, where only the fear or anger of the external appearance(s), that was used to justify the feeling of hate, seems to come through. No worries. If you are nothing but that fear and/or anger, there is no room for the justification and the hate it seemed to transfer to an external world, so it is not experienced to exist inside or outside of you. The same applies to love, since there is no hate contrasting it.

In a state of not-knowing you are powerless, because you do not know what and where you are. Hence you are not aware, that you are in a pool of bliss, before it is over and blissful memories pops up from the moments when you did not believe to be someone definitive.

As the resulting emptiness is not founded on exclusion but inclusion, it is not fear but bliss that pops up from it.

A sure way to not exclude but include is to not know what is going on, as that means there is not something to exclude.

It requires much effort to be exclusive, whereas inclusiveness requires none, because you are inclusive when you are not exclusive. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If you by reflex exclude specific feelings, as soon as they pop up, and in the same moment forget why and how, no need to change that. And should the above about including your justifications seem a bit too complicated, no need to improve your understanding or anything else.

The hacks in my non teachings are not about correcting your mistakes in a world where there seems to be more than one, but the belief that you are someone there.

In other words, whatever you seem to be in a world where there seems to be more than one needs no correction – only the belief that you are someone definitive and not the formlessness of that which is one needs to be corrected. And that it is when you completely include, what you experience to be in this very moment.

When you cannot remember what you included, it has been completely included.

If you are not aware of what you re in this moment, this is what you include by completely being it, which you are when there is willingness to be so.

Bliss is the natural outcome of not believing to be someone definitive. This you do not believe when the excitement of feeling something specific is not appealing.

Willingness to completely include the moment as it is undoes the belief in being someone definitive. This willingness, however, nobody has, but by admitting that, you are including the moment as it is. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

As this willingness cancels out the included feeling as well as its contrast, and as the inclusion of one feeling momentarily rubs off on others, the result is not that you embrace yourself, but that you are emptied out and therefore not definable as someone definitive. It is this emptiness that is pure bliss.

The willingness, however, often comes from being willing to admit, that you are not willing to be completely inclusive, because even though it results in pure bliss, it is the end of you as someone definitive, since bliss is the absence of being someone at all.

NOTES:

To cancel out the difference between beauty and ugliness (upgraded)

You cannot enjoy a beautiful view like this, if you do not have an experience of something ugly to contrast it. That is the way of duality. But if you fully include one side of this contrast both of them will be cancelled out inside of you, so that there is not a basis for perceiving the difference of beauty and ugliness in a world outside of you to make a difference.* Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The more beautiful you install yourself in the world, the more ugliness you will be exposed to, because that is how it is when you believe to be in a world of duality, since it can only be experienced through contrast.

Contrasts, however, can also be used to undo this belief, as the inclusion of one of its opposite sides cancels out both of them*, so that there is nothing inside of you, that can be used to categorise the different appearances of a world appearing to be outside of you as neither beautiful or ugly.

*) See more about this in the articles Inclusiveness is a state of not-knowing – and that is pure bliss and If included, irritation undoes the belief in duality.

In a perfect moment everything is alright as it is (upgraded)

In a perfect moment everything is alright as it is, regardless where you are, because you are not there as someone definitive. Since this is a state of not-knowing, you cannot know how long time it will last.* So it is not before it is over, that you know a perfect moment lasts until you start perceiving the differences of the world to make a difference – and that everything is only alright as it is, when you do not believe to be someone definitive. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

In a perfect moment everything is alright as it is, because you have included the bad feelings by being nothing but bad, which means there is nothing good to contrast them, and without that the contrast of good and bad is no more. In other words, nothing is bad, neither good. Everything is as it is.

That is the way it goes with any other feeling you include. Being for example nothing but sad, there is nothing to contrast it, and so neither sadness or its contrast happiness appears to exist. As this nothingness momentarily rubs off on the other contrasts making up your personality, there is nobody left to judge the apparent differences of the world to make a difference.* That is why everything is alright as it is in a perfect moment.

Yet is not before a perfect moment is over* that there is someone to know everything is alright as it is, when you do not believe to be someone definitive.

If you exclude evil feelings or thoughts, you are defined as not being evil but good.

But you do not want everything to be alright as it is, when you believe to be someone definitive, as this belief is based on not being what others appear to be. So to appear as if you are good, you must make others bad, which you do by constantly blaming them for not being good enough.

*) See more about this in the previous articles Inclusiveness is a state of not-knowing – and that is pure bliss and If included, irritation undoes the belief in duality.

The absence of noise and silence is a perfect moment (upgraded)

When the contrast of noise and silence has been cancelled out by completely including one side of the contrast, the apparent difference in a world of duality between noise and silence is not perceived to make a difference, because you are in a state of not knowing – also called a perfect moment. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If your lower back is sway-backed, the body makes a contrast in the upper back, so whether you fully include the pain of the lower or upper back is the same, because the inclusion of one side of a contrast cancels out both of them (see the below note). In other words, the apparent difference between the opposing sides of this contrast does not appear to make a difference anymore.

As the inclusion of one contrast momentarily rubs off on other contrasts, they are cancelled out as well, and as what you appear to be is defined by contrasts, there is nothing to define you as someone definitive. Ergo you are in a state of not-knowing. This does not necessarily mean that there is no more pain, but that there is nobody suffering from it. That is, if the pain was not a symptom of a mental problem.

The body rebels against the unhealthy idea of a body-mind connection inflicted upon it by getting sick.

If you have forced the unfortunate belief of a body-mind connection onto the body, the mind sees its chance to get rid of its problems by dumping them in the body, so if you for example heal symptoms caused by the mind in the back, it will right away bury its problems somewhere else in the body. You can therefore keep on healing symptoms in the body until you approach the problem where it is, namely in the mind.

If you want to fit into society, you must restrain yourself from exploring your sexual energy in nature. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

A mental problem can for example be that you try to restrict your sexual energy in accordance with specific concepts of society or yoga doctrines like tantra, but sooner or later your mental control of sexuality will settle in the body in the shape of muscle pain. See also the article Holding back to not ejaculate is just another physical manifestation – but without the thrill of it.

But it is not easy to spot a problem in the mind, as it is probably hidden behind the noise of arguing about this and that. No worries. It is not necessary to pick out the problem. You just hack through the noise of the mind by completely including it, which is done by being nothing but noise – or at least be willing to (see the last paragraph in the below note about willingness). As this means there is nothing to contrast it, the existence of noise is no more, neither of its contrast silence.

This you do not know, however, because the cancellation of the opposing elements of one contrast in the mind momentarily rubs off on the others, so the mind is empty and therefore not able to define you as someone definitive. In other words, you are in a state of not-knowing – also called a perfect moment – and there everything is alright as it is.

Willingness is all it takes to be in a state of not-knowing. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

NOTE: The above is an appendix to the article Inclusiveness is a state of not-knowing – and that is pure bliss, where you can read in more details about how the inclusion of one side of a contrast cancels out both sides.

In that article you can also read more about how the unfortunate belief in a body-mind connection has caused countless psychosomatic disorders, because the mind misuses the body to get rid of its problems by dumping them there. There is more about this in articles The mind and the body are two different things, The mind has no sense of the physical reality of a body and To set the body free is to set you free.

The article How to not be fearful but blissful by not being exclusive but inclusive and Willingness to not exclude but include undoes the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one is about how willingness to be inclusive is enough to enter a perfect moment. And the article You can never lose life is about how being exclusive can be perceived as a confirmation of life, since there would be nothing to exclude if not for that, so the very thing that is meant to define you as someone definitive can be used to undo that belief.

Inclusiveness is a state of not-knowing – and that is pure bliss (upgraded)

Feeling relaxed as well as irritated is to forget to appear as someone definitive in a world of duality, because the inclusion of both feelings cancel them out. In my non teachings this is called a perfect moment. It does not mean though, that everything is perfect, but that it makes no difference to you what it appears to be. Selfie © Alexius Jorgensen.

Once upon a time Alexius was into excluding irritation, assuming it would be replaced by relaxation, if he could justify the feeling of irritation with somebody or something in the world outside of him.

It is actually Alexius who in third person writes this article. Both he and I are grateful that you read it, because even though we appear to be different from you, the difference is not perceived to make a difference. Neither is the apparent difference between us and Gudruång, who is considered to be the astral voice behind my non teachings (more about that in the personal note at the end of the article).

Even though this electronic painting done by Alexius on his iPhone is abstract, you may imagine there is something definable there. But that is only because you believe to be someone definitive. If not you would not see something at all. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

This is not to say, that we are one in the spirit. There is no spirituality in a world defined by time and space, as spirituality is formless and therefore endless, so we and everything else definable – included astral worlds and whatnot – are an illusion.

But as we are equally illusionary (see the article We are in it together), we are in that sense at one. And as there is no illusion without reality, namely spirituality, we are also one in the sense, that no matter what we appear to be, we are all symbols of spirituality.*

Consequently the apparent difference between the non teacher and non student makes no difference.

But it was quite stressing always to be on the lookout for something, that he could blame for his irritation, so that it seemed to come from somebody or something else instead. See also the article Every moment is the perfect moment – also for dying in the rainforest about his experiences of this, when he was rescued by a helicopter after being stuck for two days without food and water in the rainforest.

If you do not keep the opposite sides of a contrast – for example winner and looser – away from each other by projecting one of them onto somebody else, there is no space to separate them, and so nobody can be defined as winner or looser.

Fortunately he recognised, that it is much more comforting to include irritation, which it is, when felt to such an extent, that there is nothing else. This does not need to be carried out when irritation arise, but whenever there is an awareness of it, for it is never too late including the past in the present.

When you are nothing but irritated, there is not something to contrast it. Hence the included cannot be categorised and consequently not experienced as something in existence, neither can its contrast that otherwise would be labelled relaxation. Put in short, the apparent difference between the two opposing elements of a contrast is cancelled out when one of them are fully included.

To be fully inclusive does not mean you must take a journey to the past in order to find hidden feelings. They are the foundation for the present, so all that is needed to be fully inclusive is willingness to include the moment as it is.****  Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

To fully include something does not mean, you laboriously have to make sure every bit of it is included, but that the purpose of the inclusion is to be in a state of mind, where you are nothing but what you include. In other words, it is not about perfection but intention. And should your intention be a bit lukewarm, you are still fully inclusive, if you include the lukewarm intention.

This has nothing to do with acceptance or forgiveness, as inclusion leaves nothing to accept or forgive. Neither does it have anything to do with embracing or owning your apparent thoughts and feelings, as that enhances the belief in being someone definitive instead of undoing it.

This does not mean, that every little detail must be included. What matters is that this is your intention. And even if you are not hundred percent sincere about that, willingness to be so is good enough.**** See also the article No wrongdoings are possible by using the hacks of Alexius and It is NOT about making a difference.

The colours we believe to see in a world defined by time and space are based on the RYB colour model, where the primary colours are red, yellow and blue. These colours are subtracted from the colours of light, where the primary ones are red green and blue (RGB). The addition of the primary colours of the world (RYB) results in black and so does the addition of the primary colours in the colour wheel of professional printing (CMYK), while the addition of the primary colours of light results in white – see the middle in each colour model above. A computer by the way uses the colours of light. Depending on your conditioning you will either use the RYB or RGB model for perceiving the complementary colour to for example red, which is green in the RYB model and cyan in the RGB model, as you can see in the illustration. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

In some ways this inclusion can be compared to what happens, when we for example experience the colour red to be in a world outside of us and the brain in the same moment generates its complementary colour cyan inside of us in order to cancel out the opposing colours and replace them by a neutral grey. So while we still experience the bold colour of red in a world outside of us, inside of us it is a neutral grey, as that is always the result of combining complementary colours, which you can see illustrated in the image with the square colours.

This image is a graphic illustration on how the complementary colours of the primary ones in the RGB colour model turn into neutral grey, when they are equally combined. The same applies any to tone of colour mixed by the primary ones. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As this happens so fast and most is not aware of what is going on inside of them, you may not notice the complementary colour. But if you stare at red for a sustained period of time – roughly thirty seconds to a minute – and then look at a white surface, you will see an afterimage of the complementary colour, which is cyan or green depending on what colour model you are conditioned to follow. See the explanation of those in the first caption of the colour models. And see the article Without contrasts there is no duality, and so nothing seems to hide non-duality for more comparisons with science relating findings.

The info about colours are based on the research Alexius did in this regard, when he was writing a book about colour theory for a Danish marketing school many years ago.

Returning to our story of not excluding but including irritation, the apparent difference between the opposing sides in the contrast of irritation and relaxation is not perceived to make a difference, when the inclusion of irritation has cancelled out itself as well as its contrast relaxation, or vice versa. And as this state of neutrality or indifference rubs off on other contrasts, they also become neutral and so there is nothing to define you as someone definitive anymore.

´Sentinela´ is the eighth track on this Brazilian CD named the same. It was released in 80s, where Alexius was busy managing his two restaurants and two bars, besides DJ´ing with R&B on the radio and House in the disco – and of course taking care of his two children, who was born then. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Listening to ´Sentinela´ by Milton Nascimento, Alexius is reminded about the first moment, when he appeared to be outside the formlessness of that which is one, and the glorious time that seemed ahead as someone separated from it. But as formlessness is endless, there is nothing else, so the experience of being someone outside of it is make-believe. The same applies to the concept of a future, since formlessness is one perpetual present.

Unfortunately the notion of a future changed the fantasy of having one moment outside the formlessness of oneness into a world defined by time and space, and while you believe to be living in such a world of linear time, this belief appears to hide there is nothing but one perpetual present.

Hence you are in a state of not-knowing, which is no different from the first moment of the world – see the article A perfect moment takes you back to the first moment of the world – where there are glimpses of that which is one in the form of ethereal light, celestial music, intangible sensibility or taste.** In my non teachings this is also called a perfect moment.

When the internet is down, the thoughts about what is possible to accomplish in cyberspace fade out. And until the internet returns, so does the image of what you appear to be there. See also the article The formlessness of that which is you is not in a world defined by time and space.

In some ways this is similar to a state of not-knowing, where thoughts that seem to manifest you as someone definitive do not pass by anymore, so that there is nobody to attribute any thought with a specific meaning, which means there is nothing to hope for, and that is pure bliss.

Nobody knows this, however, before the state of not-knowing is over, and the sweet memories of it reminds you of the bliss that comes from not believing to be someone definitive.

Since a perfect moments is a state of not-knowing, it is not before it is over, that you via vague memories of it become aware, it is also a state of bliss. This is not the same as the enlightenment of that which is one though, because that is not a state. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Since a perfect moment is a state of not-knowing, it is not before it is over, that you from the vague memories of it remember the pure bliss that arose from not believing to be someone definitive or maybe from the otherworldly visions you may have had. Be aware though that the visions you had have had are glimpses of that which is one and not that which is one, since that can neither be seen, heard, felt or smelt, as it takes more than one to experience something.

Check the article The enlightenment of that which is one versus glimpses of it, if you want to learn more about this – or go through the theme ´The inner senses, enlightenment of that which is one and glimpses of it´, which you can find in the table of contents.

As already said, cancelling out the difference between the opposite sides of one contrast – any one will do – is enough to carry you into a perfect moment. But since there are many other contrasts, it ends when you again feel disturbed by the experience of something, you compulsive categorise as a specific feeling and out of habit try to exclude by justifying it with the world.

Being distracted by a world defined by time and space is of course not a problem, when you are willing to include the distraction. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

In a perfect moment nothing there are no disturbances, because even though the outer senses still perceive a world full of opposing contrasts, the inner ones do not interpret their apparent difference to make a difference.*** According to them everything is neutral. That is until something is judged to be so wrong or unjust, that it triggers hidden feelings – for example sorrow, anger or anxiety – and you do not include but exclude them by blaming the world for having caused them – or simply doping yourself with food, shopping, music, meditation or pills.

This does mean that you cannot dope yourself with something to become more relaxed. Sometimes the use of traditional or alternative medicine or treatment may bring you in a better position to not exclude but include the horror of feelings.

In the case of Alexius, he finds lots of the suggestions from Dave Asprey, Bulletproof useful in regards to charge the body and its brain. He has no affiliation with Bulletproof though. Neither does he share its goal, which seems to be the usual one of enhancing the personality instead of phasing it out – not knowing that the belief in being someone definitive is the source of all suffering.

You can read about what Alexius himself does in regards to the body in The Long Intro and there is more about enhancing the personality versus phasing it out in the theme ´Phasing out the personality´ in hack #3. See the table of contents.

If you, however, choose to include the disturbing feeling, for example hate, a perfect moment returns. To include hate is similar to the inclusion of irritation. In other words, the inclusion of something, whether judged to be from the past or the present, is to be nothing but that, so that there is not something to contrast the included and consequently nothing to define it as a specific experience, Hence its contrast – in this case love – cannot be defined as a specific experience either. Thus there is nothing but the bliss of emptiness.

By not excluding but fully including that you feel like nothing, the contrast of it, namely that you are everything, is also fully included – and so there is nothing to define and therefore to limit you as someone definitive. Thus you are in a state of not-knowing, which is pure bliss.

It is so easy appearing to be someone definitive, when you do not believe to be that, because then you are never alone. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Instead of cancelling out the apparent difference between the opposite sides of various contrasts by including them one after the other, you can include a main contrast – for example right and wrong – via being nothing but one side of that contrast.*****

Since lots of contrasts are a variation of this one – for example good and bad***** – the apparent difference between the two sides in a myriad of other contrasts will be cancelled out as well. Thus the experience of being someone definitive falls apart, so there is nobody to be bothered about what and where you appear to be. That is a perfect moment.

If the boxes like this one, that pop up here, there and everywhere in this article, seem disturbing in regards to being focused and centred, you have gotten it right. They are meant to do that.

Multitasking or defocussing facilitates a perfect moment. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

To be in a state of not-knowing, you must stop caring about being centred, in balance or to focus and concentrate, as that is deeply founded in separating everything into categories, which is a way of excluding those feelings you do not like by placing them in mental boxes.

In regards to getting into a state of not-knowing multitasking is much more beneficial, because it distracts the brain from focusing, so that it becomes difficult to categorise an experience as different from another. You can read more about multitasking and defocussing in the articles Concentration is suppressing that which is you and A reintroduction of enlightenment, inner and outer senses.

The nectar of life also facilitates defocussing and therefore a perfect moment, which you can read about in the article Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment.

You should of course not attempt to drive a car or something else that requires worldly attention in a state of not-knowing. But sitting in a bus, for example, is great for that.

The most basic contrast to include is that of the inner breath, which syncs the inner and outer senses. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

An even more basic contrast to include is breathing in and out. The story of that contrast, however, is not part of this article but the theme The inner breath automatically synchs the outer and inner senses, which is in part of hack #4. See the table of contents. If you quickly want to connect with the inner breath, that syncs the inner and outer senses so that peace from the inner ones makes you indifferent to the world of the outer ones, jump straight to the article Take-offs to the inner breath.

There is no more connection between the body and the mind than for example between the body and the clothes its wearing.

The inner breath also undoes the belief in a body-mind connection. The mind is mental, so it has no understanding of the body, which it look at as a place to get rid of mental problems by dumping them in for example the stomach, the back and the neck.

A state of not-knowing is not an out-of-body experience, neither an experience of uniting higher powers with the body, but a state of empty space. See the article Believing to be in or outside the body is equally insane.

The body is therefore much better off without the interference of the mind – especially as the body is perfectly equipped to heal itself. You can read more about the unfortunate belief in a body-mind connection, that has caused so many psychosomatic disorders, in the next article The first one he absence of noise and silence is a perfect moment or the older ones The mind and the body are two different things, The mind has no sense of the physical reality of a body and To set the body free is to set you free.

Not being exclusive but inclusive is comparable to a person having Alzheimer. Although there appear to be someone there, it is not someone definitive. But contrary to having Alzheimer not believing to be someone definitive is a state of bliss. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If you had not excluded something from your personality by blaming others for it, so you can be defined by what they are and you are not, you would not be upset every time they remind you of what you excluded. No worries. As your experience of the present is shaped by the past, the inclusion of a present experience undoes the past as well, and therefore also the definition of you, so next time somebody remind you of the past, there is nobody to be upset about that.

In case you prefer going straight to a perfect moment without having to deal with contrasts or inner and outer senses, you include what you experience to be in this very moment completely unedited. This is not similar to the concept of living in the now, as that is an edited version of a moment, where specific thoughts and feelings are excluded, for example those of the past and the future.

Any moment is a construction of thoughts founded on the past – also living in the now, as there would be no such concept without the past. But when thoughts are included, they become non definable, and so there is neither past, future or now, but a state of not-knowing, which is a perfect moment. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

You can read more about a perfect moment versus the concept of living in the now in the article To see nothing is to not hide that which is you.

In the article What is freedom!? you can read about the illusion of linear time, and that everything happens simultaneously.

The way to a perfect moment is simply to include all thoughts and feelings, whether they appear to be positive or negative, are associated with the past or whatnot.

No need to wonder if hidden feelings from the past has been left out, when you include what you appear to be in the present moment, because that is the sum of the past. You do not even have to worry, if everything in the present moment is fully included, as willingness to so is all that is required.****

Anyway, all thoughts and feelings are related to the past in the sense that your experience of the present is based on your past interpretations of them. Simply put, your present state of mind is the sum of the past, or rather one side of it, so by completely including that, there is not something to contrast it, and consequently nothing to define you. Hence you are in a state of not-knowing, which is a perfect moment.

A perfect moment is not perfect in the sense that there is no heavy wind, for example, but that nobody is bothered by it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

A perfect moment is a disappointment in the sense, that it is not an experience of perfection in the world of the outer senses but the usual affair of imperfection. In the world of the inner senses though it is perfect, because in spite of still appearing to be someone definitive experiencing the world of the outer senses, the inner senses do not identify with this experience, so nothing is perceived to be wrong or missing.

This does not mean, that you do not appear to be someone in a world defined by time and space anymore, but that nobody is worried about the appearance of it. Hence thoughts and feelings are not considered to be tools for manifesting you as someone special but simply for navigating in a world defined by time and space. Pain for example is used to stop the body from walking on a broken leg and fear from walking out in front of a car.

You are not turned into a strong and powerful being by a perfect moment. More likely you are gonna be like the grass, that everybody steps on. But unlike a proud and powerful tree that breaks when faced with a heavy storm, you bend and rise again when the storm has gone.

Yet pain does not cause someone to suffer, neither does fear cause anyone to be frightening, when there is no identification with what you appear to be. For the same reason thoughts are not experienced to result in anything specific.

Since the experience of you as someone substantial in a tangible world defined by time and space is a construction of specific thoughts, it falls apart when inclusion undoes the apparent separation between thoughts. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Meditation is not needed to stop thoughts, when nobody is having them.

In other words, thoughts and feelings do not appear to have any effect on you or the world perceived to be outside of you, nor do they appear to have been caused by you or anything else, when they are not excluded but included, as that render them non-definable. This is why, the thought construction you believed to be has fallen apart, and a perfect moment is a state of not-knowing.

Although a perfect moment does not seem to last, every moment is a perfect moment – just like the sun keeps also shines, when it is covered by clouds.

As a perfect moment is a state of not-knowing, it must end if you want to experience the apparent excitement of a world defined by time and space. Yet it also ends if there is no longing for something definable, because formlessness is that which is one and it takes more than one to be in any kind of state. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

This state of not-knowing, will not last very long though, if the excitement of being someone definitive in a world defined by time and space seems more attractive than the emptiness of not-knowing. If so you probably twist it into an experience of something definable, for example joy or love, so that you again are someone definitive experiencing something specific in a world defined by time and space. Should this be your choice, stand by it, because by doing so you are able to undo it.

Trying to understand inclusiveness and categorise when, why or how long you are in a perfect moment before you either pick up the experience of time and space again or completely leave it behind, you complicate things. To be inclusive is simply to not be exclusive, and as that results in a state of not-knowing, you will not get there through understanding.

Neither will a perfect moment last, if you are not attracted to the apparent excitement of a world defined by time and space, because if the experience of it is not picked up relatively quickly******, there is not something to cover that which cannot be experienced, namely the formlessness of that which is one, and as it takes more than one to be in any kind of state, a perfect moment is over.

The world that you experience is devised by you. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Since life is that which is one and it requires more than one to be seen, life is not visible. So the more you are not seen, the more you are alive. As the world is in the eye of the beholder, you are not seen, when you do not perceive the apparent differences of the world to make a difference.

Simply put, as long as you appear to be in a world defined by time and space a perfect moment is on and off – amore off than on by the way – because if the experience of time and space is not regularly repeated, there does not seem to be something substantial to disguise, that all there is and ever was is the formlessness of that which is one, since formlessness has no beginning or end.

Nothing needs to be avoided or made better in order to enter a perfect moment. Neither is love or a special understanding required. Willingness to include the moment as it is more than enough.**** Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Alexius is diagnosed with IBS, so in order not to upset the body specific foods must be excluded from his diet. Nothing though needs to be excluded from his body or the mind in order to enter a perfect moment, so whether the body is upset or the mind is pure makes no difference, as long as what he appears to be is completely included.

Should he try to edit this appearance in favour of a better one, a perfect moment is not fenced off, if he is willing to also include the attempt to control his image.****

Since there is no more than the formlessness of oneness, a world defined by time and space is an illusion – inclusive the article you just have read. If, however, it has facilitated you seeing that, you are in a perfect moment which is no different from the first moment of believing to be outside of that which is one.

If you remain there, this moment will also be your last as someone appearing to be outside of that which is one, because the belief, that there is more than that which is one, is undone by a perfect moment.

****) The article How to not be fearful but blissful by not being exclusive but inclusive and Willingness to not exclude but include undoes the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one is about how willingness to be inclusive is enough to undo the belief in a world defined by time and space. And the article You can never lose life is about how being exclusive can be perceived as a confirmation of life, since there would be nothing to exclude if not for that, so the very thing that is meant to define you as someone definitive can be used to undo that belief.

*****) Other main contrasts to include if you want to speed up the process of undoing the belief in being someone definitive are within and without, past and future, giving and receiving and high and low. The latter is very much in the family of good and bad, and for some this may apply to the first one as well. ******) Since a perfect moment is a state of not-knowing, this cannot be precisely stated.

In a perfect moment nothing appears to be wrong or missing, because nobody is using labels of time and space to separate us. Bur as you still appear to be in a world of separation, you will after a while either return to being consciousness about it by separating everything into contrasts, or completely forget to be conscious, so there is nothing to hide, there is and never was more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

ON A PERSONAL NOTE:
As you probably have read in the above article, my non teachings seems to come from an astral source I call Gudruång*. They are received as unspeakable frequencies, so in order to pick the appropriate words for translating them into the language of a world defined by time and space, I must have had experiences in such a world, that relates to the messages of them.

This does not apply to the enlightenment of that which is one, as that cannot be experienced. My writings about that is rather based on vague memories of how everything I am considered to be in a world defined by time and space is being sucked out of a light so bright that there is not something left to be illuminated, when it as nothing gracefully and endlessly fall through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one. You can read more about that in hack #4. See the table of contents.

According to science the world consists of 99.9999999 percent empty space. The rest, despite it is also empty space and just like in a dream consists of nothing substantial, is perceived to be elements of matter making up what we believe to be and see. In other words, the experience of a material world and us as somebody tangible there is nothing but make-believe.

In a world defined by time and space, we all are conditioned to confirm its appearances to be substantial and not just empty space. Hence I constantly have to bypass this conditioning, when writing my non teachings in the same away as I have to bypass the spell checker in a Spanish text editor, if I want to write something in English – otherwise the spellchecker will convert my English words into Spanish ones, that has nothing to do with what I am trying to say in English.

img_2265

In each our own way we hope it is possible to live in a world of like-minded people with whom we can share everything. And though it never works out like that, we are conditioned to keep hoping. Nobody is allowed to truth, namely that loving each other in a merry-go-round world is an illusion. There is nobody to love, because there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one, as formlessness is endless. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The reason this and other articles have been upgraded – or are in the process of it – could be that in the beginning of translating the frequencies from Gudruång into my non teachings, I sometimes used words in such a way, that they rather confirmed the belief in a world defined by time and space than facilitated the undoing of the belief.

Part of this could be that I unconsciously tried to incorporate some of my own conditioned ideas. But it was probably mostly because often I could not find the appropriate words for translating the frequencies. I had no idea of the scope of them, least of all that they would evolve into five essential ways of hacking the belief in duality and having it undone. See the five main themes in the table of contents.

I just had the vague memories of the enlightenment of that which is one to count on, and as that is totally wordless, there was no words to find there. It was also not before in the process of writing I realised that the glimpses of enlightenment you may have in a perfect moment is not the enlightenment of that which is one, as it takes more than one to be in any kind of state.

In summary, I did not have enough words to choose from, when I started translating the frequencies from Gudruång into my non teachings. The words, however, revealed themselves in the process of translating and enacting them. This may be the reason, that in the beginning I just felt to write as much as possible, whereas now it seems more important to upgrade what has already been written.

The above article was originally a note in the previous one If included, irritation undoes the belief in duality, but when I revised that article the note grew longer and longer and finally it ended up as this very long article. Congratulations if you have made it this far.

To make long short, the revision of this article took a long time. Several side notes turned into new articles, and in order to write about the inclusion of feelings, I had to spend quite some time going through the horror of recognising forgotten ones in myself.

So you can rest assured, that if heavy memories are triggered in your process of inclusiveness, I have been there too. This of course also applies, if you enter in a perfect moment. In fact, in the process of writing this article I was constantly going in and out of perfect moments, in order to find words for being in a state of not-knowing and leaving it in favour for the apparent excitement of a world defined by time and space or the formlessness of that which is one.

The above may be one of the reasons, that there has been a recent gap in the publishing of my non teachings. They seem, however, again to be back on their track to nowhere.

If included, irritation undoes the belief in duality (updated)

You are bound to feel divided between contrast like right and wrong in a world of duality, and as that which is you is no different from that which is one, it feels irritating to deal with separation. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

You cannot avoid irritation, when you believe to be in a world of duality, because in order to uphold this belief, you must always choose between contrasts like good and bad, right and wrong and so on. And as this is a confirmation of separation and that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one, choosing feels as if you are disconnected.

The belief in separation entails fear of intimacy, as that undoes separation. The graphic is grabbed from Ello.

When irritation is not excluded by blaming somebody or something else for having caused it, but instead included in the experience of what you appear to be, the belief in separation cannot be upheld.

But the intimacy that this entails seems is scary to most, so they prefer to maintain the belief in separation by justifying feelings as caused by something outside of themselves.

Most do not want to have this exposed, as that will question their belief in being someone definitive separated from the formlessness of that which is one, so they hide the cause of irritation by blaming something judged to be outside of them for upsetting them.

In order to feel good as someone definitive you choose to blame somebody experienced to be outside of you for being bad, so that there wrong appearance justify your feeling of discomfort and hide the denial of that which is you.

In other words, by accusing somebody for being bad, they seem to have caused your irritation and not your denial of that which is you. But as that again involves choosing, it upholds the belief in separation, which is the cause of irritation, so even though you seem to have proved others to be bad and you to be good, and therefore should be happy, that is not how you feel.

Most believe that it will make you feel good, when what they think is wrong has been made right. But the problem is not good versus bad, but that you have to choose between them, because that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one. In other words, you are not made to choose, as that requires more than one. In a world of duality though choice cannot be avoided. Yet you can choose not to choose. The is the choice of peace. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Most believe that they will feel good, when something has been made right. The problem though is not good versus bad, but that you feel disconnected when choosing between the opposites of a contrast, because that which is you is no different from that which is one, and it requires more than one to choose. Choosing, however, cannot be avoided in a world of duality. But if you choose not to choose, there is no separation to confirm a world of duality. The graphic is grabbed from Ello.

Irritation is enhanced every time it is justified, because blaming somebody or something else for how you feel is only possible when you believe in separation, which is the cause of irritation.

Nevertheless you keep on hoping that this underlying feeling of discomfort will go away, when something judged to be wrong has been fixed. So you compulsively look for something to make better, but as that enhances the belief in separation so is the feeling of irritation.

There would not be nothing to make better, if you did not believe in separation. This belief is therefore enhanced every time you think about helping somebody or improving something.

Feelings of frustrations can be compared with a traffic sign saying, you are going the wrong way. This is not to say, that feeling them is wrong. On the contrary. It is justifying them, that is going the wrong way, because by doing that they are excluded instead of included. If included to the extent that you are nothing but what you feel, you are set free, because a feeling cannot survive on its own. It has to be contrasted in order to be felt as something specific, so when there is nothing else than that, you are set free from duality. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Feelings of frustrations can be compared to a traffic sign saying, you are going the wrong way. This is not to say, feelings should be avoided. It is justifying them, that is going the wrong way, because by doing that they are excluded instead of included. If a feeling is included to the extent that you are nothing but that, the belief in being someone definitive cannot be upheld, because you can only be felt as something definitive when feeling something contrasted by something definitive – just like you would not be able to see the white letters in the above sign, if they were not contrasted by the red colour. So when there is nothing else than what you feel, there is nothing, and so you are set free from duality. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

No worries. Irritation is simply a warning sign saying, you cannot go down this road, because it takes more than one to feel something and you are that which is one. So if irritation is not excluded by being justified as caused by others but instead included as it is experienced by you*, it disappears, as without exclusion there is no separation.

This does not necessarily mean, your appearance as someone definitive in a world of duality is over, but that the belief to be someone definitive is replaced by pretending to be it. When that is over, and as what you pretend to be you are not, nobody returns to the formlessness of that which is one. Since it takes more than one to exist, this is a ´return´ to non-existence.

Even though inclusiveness as described in my non teachings in some ways may be similar to the Jungian idea of integrating the shadow side of the personality, it is not an attempt to be whole, spiritual or being anything at all, as to be something requires more than one.

Neither is inclusiveness about owning your flaws, since that is a confirmation of being someone definitive. Nor is it the same as accepting the unknown dark side of the personality, as that is to accept exclusion and therefore the imprisonment of separation, whereas inclusion leaves nothing to accept, which is freedom.

Inclusiveness as described in my non teachings is simply about undoing the belief in being someone at all.

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The less contrast there is, the less there is to see. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

To feel something you must exclude the formlessness of that which is you, as you can only feel something when it is contrasted by something judged to be different from it, and nothing differs from each other in the formlessness of that which is you.

While you believe to be in a world of duality, however, you do not have to hesitate asking your neighbours to be more quiet, if they are experienced to disturb you. By all means go ahead and blame them, but be grateful also that they have made you aware, how irritating it is to judge them to be something you are not and therefore as separated from you. This gratefulness will set you free to follow the flow, that slowly but surely undoes the belief in separation.

Going with the flow you do not try to exclude the feeling of irritation by projecting it onto somebody or something else – for example a back that hurts – but instead include it completely undiminished and unedited in all its horror, which it is when you are nothing but irritated. When there is no other feeling than irritation, there is not something to contrast it, which means it cannot be experienced as something specific, and so the belief in separation cannot be upheld.

It is not only irritation, that is your salvation when included. This applies to any feeling, whether so-called positive or negative. If you go all the way and fully experience a feeling – no matter it seems to relate to the past or the present – you will be so merged with it, that there is nothing to contrast it, which means it cannot be experienced and therefore return to the nothingness from where it came. Hence there is nothing to uphold the belief in duality. The graphic is grabbed from Ello.

What is said in the above about irritation also applies to other so-called negative feelings – for instance rejection, anger and inferiority – that you normally try to exclude by justifying them as caused by your boss or somebody else. It also applies to so-called good feelings, if they are justified by being caused by somebody*. When you for example assume a feeling of love is caused by your spouse, it has been excluded and not included, so that separation is experienced as real and oneness as false.

Not to believe somebody or something is in need of fixing is to not believe that you are someone definitive. Hence there is no belief hiding that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one, which means there is nothing to choose and therefore nothing to cause irritation.

To make long short, if you want to have the belief in separation undone, it makes no difference what you seem to feel while believing to be someone definitive. That is, if you do not exclude what you experience to feel by compulsively justifying it as caused by somebody or something, but include it totally undiminished and unedited, which is done by being nothing but what you experience to feel.

In order to define something, something else must be excluded, so that it can define what you want to experience. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

In order for something to be defined, something must be excluded, so that the excluded defines what you believe to experience. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The belief in separation can also be undone by simply perceiving everything in a world of duality as symbols of non-duality. Exclusion is necessary to perceive such a world, but when perceiving it to be a symbol of non-duality, the separation it seems to cause is just another symbol of non-duality. See the theme To see symbols of life in the world in part 2 of my non teachings.

Pretending to be a person will also undo the belief separation. See the theme Pretending to be a person in part 1 of my non teachings.

It does not matter what approach you use or if you mix them. It all boils down to acknowledging, that just like in a dream you do not know what and where you are. The above mentioned themes can be found in the table of contents.

*) See the below articles regarding projections and justifications as a way to exclude something, so that you can be defined as someone definitive by what has been excluded.

The world of duality consist of non-existing fragments of non-duality (updated)

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

In the early days of Hip-Hop a tape loop like in this image with a fragment of obscure R&B tracks were put into a ghetto blaster, where the loop functioned as a unique piece of music, that someone were breakdancing or rapping to on the street. Nowadays Hip-Hop music has become more complex with many fragments of already existing music sampled on top of each other in such a way, that you cannot recognise the original bits but hear the sum of them as new piece of music. This can be said to be a repetition of how the world of duality is made with fragments of non-duality sampled into a virtual layer of reality on top of it. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The way that Hip Hop started is a good way to describe how the world of duality is fabricated. Rappers in the late 70s ripped their favourite part of a sound recording – for example a guitar riff – by cutting it out of a cassette tape, so it could be turned into a loop.

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The cassette with this loop they played on a boombox (also called ghetto blaster), which they placed on the street, so they could entertain those around them by rapping or breakdancing to the loop, which they pretended was a unique piece of music invented by themselves. LL Cool Jay for example started in this way. Nowadays technology has progressed, and sampling is not done in such a simple way anymore but via computer software – often with several samples on top of each other implemented in different ways until the sum of it sounds like a new creation.

Scratching is a DJ technique used to produce distinctive percussive or rhythmic sound effects by moving a vinyl record back and forth on a turntable while manipulating the crossfader on a DJ mixer. The graphic is grabbed from the web and the caption is sampled from Wikipedia.

In the early 80s it became popular to add scratching on top of the dance tracks played in discos. It was done by quickly turning a piece of music on a vinyl record back and forth with your hand and use the mixer to blend the sound of it on top of the music being played from another vinyl record.

No reason to be curious about how the story of the world will end. It has already ended. It ended in the very same moment that it started. You are just replaying a loop of it, that is very dear to you or maybe very frightening.

To resume, fragments of existing music is used to make music, that sounds as if it is new, though nothing has been created that was not already there. The same applies to a world of duality. It is fragments of non-duality, that has been turned into loops in order to create the illusion of a world of duality coming out of a black hole.

In a world of duality you repeat a loop of thoughts – some call it to be conditioned – so that you appear to have your own and indisputable way of being someone special.

In order to uphold the belief in being someone definitive, you basically repeat the same loop of thoughts. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

In order to uphold the belief in being someone definitive, you basically repeat the same loop of thought, namely ´I am inside, you are outside´. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

But there is one difference in this comparison, namely that it is not possible to cut out fragments of non-duality as it is the formless. Yet it seems possible to imagine fragmented it. Such an imagination, however, does not make the fragments real. Duality remains a construction of thoughts, that always can be seen repeated in the way, you keep on insisting to perceive, there is a world full of unique and autonomous creatures outside of you, so that you can be acknowledged as someone definitive and therefore separated from them.

What is real requires no effort (updated)

As reality cannot be fabricated, anything experienced – no matter if it seems to be direct, otherworldly or whatnot – is an illusion, so the brain has no need to differentiate between real and unreal. In other words, it sees no difference between imagined states of mind and what is considered to be real. Hence it use the very same organ to process both kind of experiences. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As reality cannot be fabricated, and as anything experienced – no matter if it seems to be direct, otherworldly, from the heart and whatnot – is a fabrication of the brain, all experiences are equally illusionary. That is why the brain has no need to differentiate between what is perceived as real or imagined, and therefore use the very same organ to process both kind of experiences. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Ideas of balance, for example between spirituality and physicality, are very common in a world of duality, because that there are two things to balance attest to the reality of duality. Yet balance is not possible in duality, as it is experienced through contrasts, and they would vanish if balanced. Neither is balance possible in non-duality, because it requires more than one to be in balance and non-duality is that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The way football is structured and the way religious or new age philosophies are put together makes no difference. The purpose is the same, namely to acknowledge those in a specific group as somebody special through for example the ecstasy of playing or watching football or following a specific guru.

The group that experience themselves to be special by following a guru may claim their purpose is to bring the world together as one big family, but as this never has happened – not even in their own group – it is just a sophisticated way of making their group appear to be better than groups fabricating their speciality through football or something else.

In other words, no matter if a group of people appear to be so-called spiritual or mundane, their purpose is to confirm separation.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The experience of for example imbalance and misery are needed, so that you can have expectations of balance and ecstasy. However, the experience of balance or ecstasy is nothing but an imagination based on your expectations. And what is imagined is not real.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Only something that is not real needs to be imagined, felt or experienced.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Reality cannot be experienced, as it is that which is one and it takes more than one to experience something. This is what the brain is made to hide by imagining a world of duality outside of it. And though we do not experience the same thing when we apparently look in the same direction, most deceive themselves into believing that their experience of duality is reality.

That the brain is deceiving us is also an imagination, which is made by nobody, because it requires more than one to imagine or make something and there is no more than that which is one, as it is formless and therefore endless. It is as simple as – within the context of duality – a dream is not made by the dreamer, neither is the dreamer or anybody else in it.

You do not make a difference in the world, because that which is you is not there (updated)

A world where there seems to be more than one appears to be like a game, that is rigged. To work around this, you must remember that the game is scripted by you. This is not easy to remember because part of the script is to forget. Yet remembering that you are the author, you know that being someone definitive is a fiction. Hence nothing needs to be undone except the belief, that it is real. The animation is grabbed from the web.

Your appearance as someone definitive in a world of duality can be compared to watching a movie, that has been scripted by yourself. This, however, you tend to forget, because it is in the script that you do so. But if you manage to remember that you are the author, you know that it is all make-believe. Hence no changes are needed to leave duality but the undoing of the belief, that it is real. The animation is grabbed from the web.

To assume that you are in charge and can change what you appear to be in a world of duality can be compared to thinking, that you are in charge of the world in a video game and can change the character you pretend to be there. That you change something in such a game is an illusion, because nothing can happen there except what is programmed to happen, so every change remains within the script of the world.

The real world can never be realised, if you believe to be in a scripted world. In such a world, however, it is possible to realise that reality is not scripted.

In other words, there is nothing you can change in a world of duality but how to perceive it. Well, you can also choose not to perceive it, so that your believe in duality does not appear to hide non-duality.

The conclusion, however, is not that in non-duality you are in charge, because in non-duality there is no more than that which is one and therefore nothing to be in charge of. Neither is there a need for anything, as non-duality is formless and therefore everything, so you lack nothing. That is, if you do not start to wonder, what if there is more than that which is one.

We do not see the world as it is, but as we think it is. Furthermore we do not think. We project specific meaning on specific frequencies that seems to pass by and then we conclude those frequencies are our thoughts. But they are all meaningless frequencies. Life has no need for meaning. It is everything and it takes something outside of everything to have a meaning about it … and there is nothing else than everything. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

We do not see the world as it is, because there is no world. It is just something that we think. Furthermore we do not think. We project specific meaning on meaningless frequencies and conclude those frequencies are our thoughts. And then we divide ´our´ thoughts into right and wrong, good and bad, so that they appear to be tangible and the world they symbolises therefore seems to be real. But it a fabricated reality. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Duality can be said to be a world on top of non-duality founded on the idea, that there is more than that which is one. But as the oneness of non-duality is formless it is endless, there is no world outside of it. Hence no matter how much more you seem to become and get outside of non-duality, it is make-believe.

This does not mean, that you must stop looking for more in order to have this make-believe undone, because if you perceive more as a symbol of that which is no more than one, namely non-duality, regardless how much more you appear to be or have, you are still a symbol of non-duality, because without it you could not imagine to divide it into a world of duality.

When you are a symbol of non-duality in a world of duality, you are not there – just like within the context of duality no matter what you appear to be in a game you are playing, your appearance there is not real. It is just a symbol.

Lost in imagination (updated)

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The formlessness of that which is one seems very restricted, when you want more than that which is one. Hence you start to wonder, if oneness is all there is. And next you look outside of it to see, if there could be more than one.

Looking for more though is an illusion, regardless you look inside or outside of that which is one, because it is formless and therefore has no sides. Besides it requires more than one to look for something and as formlessness is endless and therefore everything, there is no more than that which is one. Nevertheless you imagine there is a world outside of it, where there is more than one and with you as another one.

In such a place it is experienced as if there is more than one place to go and more than one to meet, but just like a dreamer remains the same in the very same place, while having a dream with different appearances in different places, that which is you remains the formlessness of that which is one, while appearing to be someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Even in a world where there seems to be more than one it is well know secret, that such a world is an illusion, as scientist according to scientific research it consists of 99% empty space with 1% energy. In other words, when you see and feel a tangible world it is make-believe.

There is no more than the formlessness of that which is one, so believing that the experience of appearances – whether they appear to be spiritual or material – is real, you are lost in the imagination, that it is possible to be and have more than the formlessness of that which is one.

And you will remain lost, as long as you believe there is a soulmate, god and whatnot to be found, or there is anything to learn except that there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one.

While you are lost in an imagination of being and having more than the formlessness of that which is one, a way to undo the craving for more is to really go for more, because doing so you will realise, that no matter how much more you become or get it does not lasts. And as reality must last in order to be real, you learn that a world where there seems to be more than one is not real.

Knowing that you are relived, because this means – presuming that you are real – you are not there, and so there is nothing to worry about.

NOTE: Not looking for more but less is also to look for more.

The way you are conditioned to perceive yourself needs not to be changed but to not be believed as true (updated)

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

You do not need to change or avoid the way you are conditioned to have the belief in a world of duality undone. You just need not to believe, that the apparent differences of the world that you seem to experience make a difference. Without this belief there is no separation to hide non-duality.

You cannot be in a world of duality, as it takes more than one to be somewhere and non-duality is that which is one. It is also formless and therefore endless, so appearing to be in a world of duality is not possible. Knowing this you can be happy. So happy indeed, that it does not matter what you appear to be, because you are not there. It is just something you pretend to be.

Appearing to be in a world of duality can in the context of such a world be compared to playing a game like Monopoly. You appear to be there. Yet you are not there. It is something you pretend in order to have fun feeling the ups and downs from the experience of getting and loosing something.

So if you are conditioned to be a winner in a world of duality, do not fight it, but enjoy playing your part. This is very easy when you know it is all make-believe, because then winning or loosing makes no difference, although the experience of those states seems to be very different.

To return what you receive (updated)

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The instinct for getting more is very basic. Without getting more air we will die. Yet without giving it back, we cannot receive more.

There is no more to be and have than that which is you (updated)

The animation is grabbed from the web.

More or less everybody are exhausted from always looking for more, so they look for more relaxation through meditation, yoga and whatnot in order get more energy to look for more love, more peace, more authenticity, more friends, more money, more power and especially more control, so that they can plan how to get more time to achieve more – or more people helping them to get more.

It requires much effort to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one possibility. None of them last, so you have to keep looking for more. The formlessness of that which is one, however, requires no effort, as there is no more than that possibility. Yet it lasts forever, because what is formless is endless.

When they stop believing, it is possible to be or have more than that which is one, there is no more to hide, that there is nothing but the formlessness of that. In other words, that which is one is everything, and as that which is you is no different from it, there is no more than that which is you.

Feeling stuck is not possible, unless you want to be more than that which is one (updated)

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The formlessness of that which is you cannot be limited to a person in a world defined by time and space – just like in the context of such a world, what you appear to be there cannot be limited to someone in a world of a video game. So no need to worry. That which is you is not is not in a world defined by time and space. It is all pretence. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

It is ideas like breaking out and to transcend or transform, that makes you feel cooped up in a world of duality, so that you appear to be separated from non-duality and live in a world where there seems to be more than one.

You are not boxed in. It is not possible, because that which is you is the formlessness of that which is one. Consequently there is nothing to escape, but the belief that you are someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. This belief, fortunately, is undone the very moment, you do not want to be and have more than the formlessness of that which is one.

The result of undoing the belief is not, that you will be the formlessness of that which is one, as it takes more than one to be something. In other words, as a result only is possible in a world where there seems to be more than one, and you do not believe to be someone there anymore, having this belief undone results in nothing.

To define something is to define nothing (updated)

Science states that the world, where we appear to be, consists of 99.9999999 percent empty space. The rest, 0,0000001 percent, is also empty, but is perceived to be matter, although – just like in a dream – there is nothing substantial there. The experience of you as a someone tangible amongst similar ones in a world defined by time and space is simply a fantasy you are having alone together*. Everything you believe to happen in this adventure is inside your own little imaginary bubble of time and space. This includes your interpretation of what you believe to read now**. The graphic is grabbed from Ello.

Science states that the world, we seem to see and feel, consists of 99.9999999 percent empty space. The rest, despite it is also empty space and just like in a dream consists of nothing substantial, is perceived to be elements of matter making up a world defined by time and space. In other words, the experience of a material world and you as a someone tangible there separated from other tangible appearances is nothing but make-believe. So regardless your experience of the world is so-called direct, spiritual or mundane everything is inside your own little imaginary capsule of time and space. It is a fantasy you are having alone together* – also the interpretation of this article**. The graphic is grabbed from Ello.

The specific form you appear to be in a world defined by time and space is perceived to move closer or further away from those experienced to be separated from it, or as if they move closer or further away from it in time and space.

Everything experienced is inside your own little imaginary capsule of time and space. That is why the world is in the eye of the beholder, and that you are alone together*.

But as that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one and as formlessness is endless, there is no more than that which is one. In other words, the experience of a world defined by time and space, where you appear to be someone tangible meeting others who seem just as substantial, is a fantasy. You are alone together* in your own imaginary capsule of time and space.

»Grown ups must make reality more attractive, if they want us to not constantly surf the web«, said two young schoolgirls, who like many others consider a virtual world more exciting.

The world is your own bubble of time and space. There is nobody in it, neither you. It is all a fantasy. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The world that you experience is in your own bubble of time and space. There is nobody in it, neither you. It is a fantasy made out of nothing, and by nobody. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Yet you believe this capsule of time and space is real, and that what you experience there is separated from you.

This you choose to believe, because the one and only possibility of the formlessness of that which is one, namely everlasting peace, is considered dull compared to the countless possibilities of a world where there seems to be more than one.

As oneness is formless and therefore endless, there is no more than that which is one, so meeting someone is not possible.

But no matter how much more you believe to be and have, you will never be satisfied, because there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one, as what is formless is endless. Neither will it satisfy you to stop looking for more, since it takes more than one to be satisfied.

There is no need for satisfaction though, when your state of mind is not justified***, as that makes you non definable and nobody therefore is meeting nobody, which is the only meeting possible.

There is nobody in a dream – not even the one that appears to be dreaming it. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

In a dream you are together with nobody, although it may appear as if there is somebody. In other words, you are alone together with whomever you perceive to be there. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

*) Alone together can be compared to having a dream in the sense that everything that appears to happen – no matter how far away it is experienced to be – is actually happening in you. And though there seems to be many different appearances in the dream, they are not there. You are alone having a dream about a world where there seems to be more than one. See also the articles Alone together you bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is oneWho is alone together? and The door to the enlightenment of that which is one is alone together.

There is no life in a world, where there seems to be more than one (updated)

Life is that which is one, so if you appear to be in a world, where there seems to be more than one, you are not alive. No worries. It is not possible for that which is you to not be alive, because there is no difference between you and the oneness of life. Yet it is possible to fall asleep and dream of a world, where there seems to be more than one and therefore no life except in the one having the dream. The animation is grabbed from the web.

Life is that which is one, so if you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, you are not alive. No worries. It is not possible for that which is you to not be alive, because there is no difference between you and the oneness of life. Yet it is possible to fall asleep and dream of a world where there seems to be more than one. But this world is without life. It is only in the one having the dream. The animation is grabbed from Ello.

Non-duality cannot be two things, as it is that which is one. Hence it cannot be both death and life, and of the two it must be life, because if it is death it is not alive. And as that which is one is formless and therefore endless, there is no life in a world where there seems to be more than one.

A world where there seems to be more than one is an imagination that appears to be there, when you believe it is possible to be and have more than which is one.

No worries, that which is you is not in such a world, because there is no difference between that which is you and the oneness of life. Just like within the context of a world where there seems to be more than one, you cannot be in the virtual world of a video game. You can only pretend to be there.

NOTE: In part 1 of my non teachings you can read about pretending to be in the world versus believing to be there, especially in the themes Pretending to be a person and Pretending is a way out of duality. See the table of contents.
