Going back to that which is you can be compared to a trip to the top of a mountain, where Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings is like an aerial cableway helping you to get to the top. The aerial cableway, however, is not able to take you all the way, so at a certain point you must leave it behind and continue on your own.

The  final stretch to that which is one may seem cold and lonely. Any kind of luggage, whether it appears to be so-called spiritual, emotional or mental, must be left behind, so there is not something to support you, as that requires more than one.

What you do not leave by yourself will appear to be taken from you, until the ego, that in this context is the name for anything that seems separated, is crucified, so there does not appear to be something hiding there never was or will be nothing but the formlessness of oneness.

The way to leave everything behind is not to exclude specific thoughts and feelings but include them as they are. Exclusion of thoughts and feelings is the way to become something, whereas inclusion is to not become anything at all, because without anything excluded there is nothing to define you – and only as nothing can you bid welcome the formlessness of that which is you.

Besides, when everything is included you cannot feel alone. Neither do you need any help, as you have everything.

In other words, when Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings have served their purpose, you leave them behind so you can continue on your own. To hold onto them or anything else is like trying to put the aerial cableway in your rucksack when you continue on your own.

In the reality of that which is one, it is not possible to fabricate anything, as that requires more than one. In other words, consistency is a fabrication.

In the above metaphor not all the qualities of an aerial cableway can literally be transferred to Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. An aerial cableway needs to function in a consistent way and Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings has no such need. There is no consistent way to undo the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one, as consistency is a fabrication based on excluding the formlessness of that which is one. Also, the whole way and the last stop of an aerial cableway is mapped out, but Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings has no specific way scheduled for you to follow. You just go the flow.

Whenever you seem to see more than one or see anything at all, you are hallucinating, because it takes more than one to see something and you are that which is one.

Alexius is not supposed to be followed. He is just a messenger, whose function is to render himself superfluous, so that you can go with the flow of the message until you see, it is your belief in a world where there seems to be more than one, that hides the formless oneness of that which is you. Undoing this belief, you are on your own, as you always have been and always will be, because there is no more than that which is one.

presents no facts or ideas that will add up to a higher meaning or purpose of your appearance as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. Neither do they present any hope for such a person or the world to get better.

They point to that which is one – and as it takes more than one to hope for something, have a purpose, be meaningful or better, they are not about that, but undoing the belief in anything that requires more than one.

As it also takes more than one to point to something, Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are not to be considered the truth, but an illusion just like anything else in a world where there seems to be more than one.

If you think this hack have made you wiser about what the enlightenment of that which is one is and how to get it, you have used the hack to enhance the belief in being someone definitive instead of undoing it.

Yet their use of this illusion is not to make you appear more special, but to undo the belief that you are someone at all so that there is no belief to hide that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one and, as formlessness is endless, therefore everything.

++ The ins and outs of the inner senses

There is no structure in the empty breath like there is in the world of the outer senses, where everything is organised into contrast, so it seems that the world is divided in right and wrong. As it requires much effort to continuously uphold the judgments of good and bad, it is much more fun to let the empty breath take over and guide you back and forth in the worlds of the outer and inner senses, so that the relaxation you get from not being able to divide the abstract world of the inner senses into contrasts of good and bad becomes the foundation for perceiving the apparent differences in the world of the outer senses to not make a difference. It may seem frightening to not give your full attention to the structured world of the outer senses, and instead be in automatic gear via the unstructured flow of the empty breath. This fear though is unfounded because, without the constant control, that is needed to keep the world of the outer senses organised in the way you expect it should be, you have a laid-back life there when guided by the empty breath.

To keep up the appearance of being someone specific you must always be vigilant towards what others think. Yet you do not know, what they think. It is something you think, they think. In other words, it is nobody else than yourself, that you are up against.

It will guide you back and forth between the outer and inner senses, so that the relaxation you get from the world of the inner senses, which contrary to the outer senses is not based on control, will be the basis of how the world of the outer senses is experienced.

The empty breath can be felt within the non-definitive borders of a ball like thing with the lower part of it passing through the abdomen or the stomach and the upper the head or above it. The swing of the empty breath, that may be the most common aspect of it, is shaped like a curved yin yang line – but less curved and not with a definitive form – within this borderless ball. It is felt inside the body swinging from the back to the front of it or up and down, but it can also be felt swinging from side to side and everywhere in between these directions.

Sensing all directions simultaneously is like feeling no swing at all – as if the world stands still. Mostly though it is the swing from the back to the front of the body that is felt, maybe combined with the up/downswing. The swing may be felt in the abdomen, stomach or chest or all those places at once.

The empty breath can be felt in many ways, among others like id you are riding on two big yin-yangs like waves but without the holes in alignment with the rhythm of the breath. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The swing of the empty breath is powered by an extremely fast and chaotic energy, that is sensed both inside and outside the body within the non-definitive borders of the ball that make up the empty breath, as if it is going here, there and everywhere without going anywhere. It feels like you are a transparent fountain of joy. And going around the non-definitive border of the ball feels like surfing two waves formed like the two parts of a yin-yang sign (with no dots in it). In general, you just feel one of the aspects of the empty breath at a time. But may you also feel aspects not described in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings.

This article, however, is not especially about the empty breath, so if you want a more detailed explanation of how it feels read the article What does ´the empty breath´ feel like or read Take-offs to the empty breath for connecting with it or The nature of ´the empty breath´ to learn about its purpose. But now onto the subject of this article, namely the inner senses.

Fearing the empty breath is not unfounded, if you want to remain as someone special in a world defined by time and space, because the empty breath guides you into the world of the inner senses, where you are nobody.

So if you fear the empty breath, you know it is because you believe to be someone definitive, and as this belief is undone by the empty breath, there is nothing to fear if you connect with it.

The empty breath is not a step to something better because it is a state of not knowing and so is the other duality hack in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. For this reason, there is no way to know, if they differ from each other or in any way overlap each other. And so what. There is nobody to care about that in a state of not-knowing. The world of the inner senses
In the case of Alexius, the main period for mostly experiencing the world of the inner senses and having glimpses of enlightenment is just before going to sleep, at which time he gives the world of the outer senses minimum attention so he can travel in the world of the inner ones.

This often starts as a perfect moment induced by his connectedness with the empty breath. And as this is a state of not-knowing and so is having glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, he does not know if these state-of knowing differs from each other, or if they are intertwined. And neither does he know long time a state of not-knowing lasts.

Yet he knows it comes and goes and that a state of not-knowing probably lasts less than 20 minutes, since a brain will go into coma, if it is not kept active with thoughts about how to develop what you appear to be so you seem to become and have more (see the article Willingness to not exclude but include undoes the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one).

If a state of not-knowing differs from being induced by a take-off to the empty breath, glimpses of enlightenment, inclusiveness, pretending to be someone definitive, seeing symbols of life in the world or being alone together, which are the main duality hacks (see the table of contents) is not to say, since it is a state of not-knowing.

When he wakes up in the morning he also knows that the cure for believing to be someone definitive is to be in a state of not-knowing. Whether it is triggered by the empty breath or another duality hack does not matter. What matters is that the pure bliss of a state of not-knowing (see the article Inclusiveness is a state of not-knowing – and that is pure bliss) is achieved totally effortlessly without the help of thoughts and feelings, so when the state is over and you again seems to have thoughts and feelings, you know you do not need them.

The wording in this image seems to suggest what new age people like to believe, namely that even though almost all thoughts are illusionary, at least some of them are real, so if you look hard enough you will find the truth. But as there is nobody to look for anything other than the ´self´, any kind of searching or self-restraint seems to prove you are a self, and thus an illusion since there is no self. In other words, all thoughts are illusionary and the way to expose them is to not participate in the race for more – regardless it appears to be so-called spiritual or materialistic – because believing to be a ´self´ is all about being and having more than the formlessness of oneness. But when he forgets that there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one, thoughts and feelings seem important because if interpreted to be caused by a world where there seems to be more than one, they can be used to prove he is someone in it.* However, in the below description of a blissful night, where most of his awareness is on the abstract world of the inner senses, he is reminded there is no more than the formlessness of oneness.

When it is the empty breath that takes care of the switch between the inner and outer senses, you do not where the border between them is – or if there is one.

A night with blissful on and off moments of not-knowing
Laying in the bed with a sleeping mask** on and earphones with triple flange sleeves* plugged into his ears, the transparent sound of the empty breath*** seems to transport him into worlds of light, where lucid flowers or whole universes unfold in an extreme speed or in slow-mo until thoughts or feelings are trying to surface and sleep sets in. Going into a deep sleep, the visions of light continue, and when he wakes up early in the morning they turn into ethereal harmonies.

It does not seem exciting to me anymore to travel in worlds of light. I am rather naturally attracted to leaving everything behind and as nothing sucked though a black hole into that which is one. It seems like ages ago when Alexius enjoyed travelling in worlds of light. Nowadays he prefers to leave everything behind and as nothing float through a black hole**** into the formlessness of that which is one. It seems that writing Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings is his way of leaving everything behind. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Actually, this is a typical description from many years ago, where the glimpses of enlightenment were exciting journeys in the enchanted worlds of light. Nowadays he does not care much for such visions, that mostly are exciting because they to some extent are recognisable, so instead, it is visions of abstract nothingness. That is until they swirl together around a so-called black hole****, which is neither exciting or relaxing. It just is.

The vibration, that Aum or Sohang symbolises*****, is another aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one, that can be experienced through the inner senses. In the case of Alexius, it pops up every now and then during the day as a natural extension of the empty. The taste of the enlightenment of that which is one also pops up – for example when he is writing about it.

Enlightenment of that which is one is impersonal, but the vague memories of it is filtered by the personality, and as it is not able to embrace one perpetual present, it is described as a personal experience in time and space. Glimpses of enlightenment is solely a personal experience.

Eyes cannot see – they translate, or it is rather the brain that translate all the otherwise meaningless info it receives through the eyes according to how it is conditioned to see the world. If it receives info that does not fit into its image of the world, it twist it until it does. In other words, you have no idea about what is written in this article or what is in the world. You do not know what is written in this article, because what you think you read is coloured by your interpretation
Be aware that the above is how Alexius experiences the world of the inner senses when the world of the outer senses gets less attention or absolutely none. But just like you and he probably experience things in the world of the outer senses differently, the same may apply to the glimpses of enlightenment from the world of the inner senses – and regarding the enlightenment of that which is one the vague memories of not being someone at all are most likely selective.

In other words, the descriptions you get in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings of the enlightenment of that which is one and the glimpses of it are not meant to be absolute. Besides, you have actually not read the descriptions, but your interpretations of them.*****

The night can be full of restless dreams, that seem very real, until you quietly wake up to the sound of ethereal music, that cancels out the confusion of the night, so that you full of clarity get out bed.

Neither is his experience the same every night. Some nights thoughts or emotions seem to take over and take him into the world of the outer senses. No worries, if that happens to you too. It is a great way to see, that thoughts and emotions have no power, and that power is not necessary when there is no need to be someone at all.

The key to opening up to the world of the inner senses is purpose, namely the purpose of not using the outer senses to experience a tangible world outside of you.

If the the purpose of putting on a sleeping mask is to cancel out the ligt from the world of the outer senses, you will be in the light of the inner senses. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Anything perceived as definable blocks out the full tour of the inner senses
You cannot do something to be in the world of the inner senses, because the intention of doing something in order to be or have something only works in the world of the outer senses, as that is experienced to be tangible. But for the very same reason, you can do something to not experience the world of the outer senses – for example putting on a sleeping mask.

Best to forget all the descriptions from Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings about the glimpses of enlightenment, as you may interpret them to be something specific, and that cannot be replicated in the world of the inner senses.

If you remember the last time you travelled in incredible worlds of lucid light and you want more excitement like that, you will not get it, as defining glimpses of enlightenment in this way turn them into an experience of the outer senses, because only there does it seem possible to experience something specifically more than once. In other words, if trying to interpret the glimpses of the enlightenment in the way you do in the world of the outer senses, there is no more glimpses to experience.

When you completely turn off the outer senses – or rather are willing to do so – you bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one. No image can be shown of that because it cannot be experienced since the experience of something requires more than one. Glimpses of enlightenment, however, can be experienced. One of the last glimpses you may have before there is no more consciousness, as it requires more than one to be conscious of something, could be something like this image looking like a horse head, which is what a so-called black hole**** sometimes look like just before there is nothing but light. There is not someone to know if the light is exploding out of the hole or into it, neither does anybody know that there is nothing else than light with no colour or substance until there is no more than the formlessness of oneness. To turn off the outer senses partially or fully
The easiest way to switch between the outer and inner senses is, of course, to let the empty breath take care of it – see The nature of ´the empty breath´ – but until you are willing to choose not to choose yourself but to be guided by the empty breath the below suggestion may be of help.

You turn off the outer senses by not selecting specific thoughts and feelings to be excluded, but instead include them, so that there are no contrasts left – for example, good and bad – and consequently, nothing to define you as someone definitive. If the inclusion is not complete but partial you have glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, and if it is complete there is not someone to hide the enlightenment of that which is one.

Do not pay too much attention to the world of the outer senses, when in the world of the inner senses, but let it be there somewhere in the background. When moving in the world of the outer senses, it is often best hardly to pay attention to the inner world except as a blissful memory, that helps you to focus on what you seem to be doing in the world of the outer senses without being deceived by it.

There are no rules though, so there may be times where the two worlds seem to mix in a beneficial way, but why not fully enjoy the taste of wine on the premises of the world of the outer senses, and totally space out when you fly through amazing worlds of abstract light in the world of the inner senses.

In other words, when you are solely in the world of the inner senses, the belief in being someone in a specific body defined by time and space is undone by the enlightenment of that which is one, and so you do not appear to be in a world defined by time and space anymore. Neither do you appear to be somewhere else, because the belief in being someone is undone. Thus it is not an out-of-body experience. It is not an experience at all.

In the enlightenment of that which is one, there is no consciousness of a body or that you ever seemed to be or have one, because it takes more than one to be conscious about something. In other words, there is no more than that which always was and always will be, namely the formlessness of that which is one, since formlessness is endless and therefore everything.

What sort of external music resembles the internal one

If you are used to the ethereal music, that the inner senses reveal when the outer ones are partly turned off, memories of these harmonies may be triggered when listening to external music from artists like Charalambides. This image that is grabbed from the web is a cover from their album ´A Vintage Burden´.

Mozart might have gotten the inspiration for his compositions from hearing ethereal music inside of him. This is not to say that his music sounds exactly like that. Instead, it is to say that the flow of his music resembles the effortless elegance and beauty of ethereal harmonies originating from the inside when the outer senses are more or less closed. That is except when Mozart wants does not want to impress the audience by adding more action to the compositions than the natural flow of it calls for because ethereal harmonies never built up to a peak.

Church bells and similar sounds that do not add up to something specific, resemble inner ethereal music. Not the monotonic pattern of repetition though like in for example church bells because ethereal music is the music of chaotic harmonies.

Contemporary electronic music that consists of glitches and other sonic artefacts spaced out or slowed played steel guitar, analogue or synth sounds mixed with for example piano loops, chimes and bells into ambient textures in very long tracks, that seem to be without beginning or end, have much resemblance to the ethereal music revealed by the inner senses in the organic way it appears to move on without going nowhere. The electronic music though has a lot harder edge to it and a less transparent sound than inner music, which has a crystal clear but distant sound to it with no sonic artefacts needed to produce the ethereal harmonies.

The kind of new-age music, that are dreamy symphonies of otherworldly states – Karunesh and Marsen Jules, for example – does not resemble ethereal music, but the new-age ideas of us all wakening up in a merry-go-round world, where everything is always right, which of course is an illusion, because something cannot be right without something being wrong.

Ethereal music is not a dream about something better, neither is it symphonic or anything that suggests else a sequence of something happening in time, whether that is to wake up or whatnot. And it is definitely not otherworldly, as it is echoes of that which is one and there is no other world than that since it is formless and therefore endless.

In a world where there seems to be more than one, however, the random sounds making up ethereal music may be remembered as if they fit together like in a symphony, because there is a sense of bliss or stillness from these random harmonies united in one perpetual present.

Appearing in the world with eyes and ears wide open it is evident that all experiences are deceptions, so Alexius see no sense in meditating or do anything else to experience higher states of mind. If he wants to relax from appearing in the world of the outer senses, he shuts them down by not following the urge to get excited from specific experiences. In other words, when not trying to escape boredom by finding something to get excited about, the world of the inner senses opens up.

When he appears to be in the world of the outer senses, he deals with it by letting the outer senses do the navigation, because the inner ones are hopeless in regards to that. But they are great in regards to how to perceive it. In the case of Alexius, he does not listen much to external music resembling internal music. In general, he prefers mundane music, when dealing with the world of the outer senses.

The enlightenment of that which is one versus glimpses of it

You know this pic is not how the physically world really look. It is rather a fantasy, thar is only possible due to physical life, that it therefore is a symbol of. Likewise the physical world is a symbol of life even though the physical world has nothing to do with life.

No matter how many beautiful glimpses I get of this mountain, it has not much to do with the reality of it. I will have to go there to see, what it really looks like. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

We let ourselves be deceived by the outer senses into believing, that a world where everything seems to be separated by time and space is real, but when these senses are turned inwards there is no time and space, and therefore nothing to uphold the belief in separation, neither in the appearance of you as someone definitive.

Without the belief in separation, there is not something to hide, that the abstractness of the inner senses flows straight into an explosion coming out of a black hole or maybe into it. There is no way to know which way it is because this is the enlightenment of that which is one and it takes more than one to know anything. Also, explosion may not be the best word to use, because it is nothing but empty space that is carrying the nothingness of you into to the formlessness of that which is one. End of story or what?

The formlessness of that which is one is endless
This is not the end of the story, because what is formless is endless – not in the sense though that it last forever. It lasts no time but one perpetual present. This a never-ending story, however, cannot be written in a world defined by time and space, because there everything has an end. In terms of the end though returning to the formlessness of that which is one is the end of time and space – at least that is how it seems within the context of linear time.

Researches from University of California Santa Barbara have proved that human cells and neutron stars have something in common. Both are namely built of layers – looking like a parking garage with many floors that are connected via steps.

But as there is nothing else than one perpetual present, the only thing that ends is the imagination of a world defined by time and space. Yet reading this article you still believe in this imagination of a tangible world constructed of layer upon layer of thoughts, added in such a way that it seems there are different levels in this capsule of time and space. Within this context it also seems as if there are levels of turning the outer senses inwards, and that the more the inner senses take over the more you occur to have glimpses of enlightenment.

It is a relief, when glimpses of enlightenment slowly but surely undoes the belief in being someone definitive – but very unsettling if you want to hang onto this belief.

These glimpses, however, are not the enlightenment of that which is one, because there are no levels in that which is one. Nevertheless, they slowly but surely undo the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one, contrary to the enlightenment of that which is one, whereas it is timeless – it takes no time to have this belief undone.

The timelessness of that which is one, however, cannot be brought into a world defined by time and space so you will not be able to know what it is if you experience to reappear in such a world after having bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one.

Yet you will have vague memories of it, and that is enough to constantly be reminded, there is no more than that which is one, and consequently all experiences – whether they seem to be so-called spiritual or mundane – are illusions, as it takes more than one to experience something.

Glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one are experienced with the inner senses, while being aware of the world of the outer sense as well – although it seems quite distant.

But to bid the enlightenment of that which is one welcome the outer senses must be completely closed. In other words, there are no awareness of the world of the outer senses and after entering the enlightenment of that which is one there is neither no awareness of the inner senses. In fact there is no awareness at all, as it takes more than one to be aware of something.

To sum it up: When partially turning off the outer senses, the inner senses is only partly triggered, so you just have glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, which is an experience you have while still aware of appearing to be someone in the world of the outer senses.

These glimpses can be compared to watching a movie trailer and not the whole movie – but then again it is not really so, because both the trailer and the movie is something you experience, and the enlightenment of that which is one, that is bid welcome by completely turning off the inner senses, cannot be experienced.

The enlightenment of that which is one is not a personal experience, but glimpses of it are
The technique for tasting the nectar of life (see the previous article Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment) I like to do during the day – not so much for the taste of it, but for the sphere of indifference, that it just like the empty breath* induces.

Being indifferent I am not distracted from going with the flow of the ongoing glimpses of the enlightenment, whenever I am not dealing with something that craves much attention in the world of the outer senses – and if I am involved in something that demands much attention, the indifference towards it makes sure that the perception of it is founded on glimpses of the enlightenment. In other words, the world is experienced, but not as if I am there. It is more like sitting in a cinema and imagining to be in the world on the screen.

Depending on the strength of the glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, it is like momentarily dying from the world of the outer senses, so if you appear to be occupied by something there, it can be very disturbing.

Glimpses of ethereal harmonies come and go as they please. In the case of Alexius he enjoys to wake up in the morning accompanied by the distant sound of ethereal harmonies, but when he at night closes his eyes to fall asleep, the ongoing spirals of light, which are brighter than the light from his lamps and keeps coming, distracts him from falling asleep. 

During the day there are also glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, mostly in the form of short splashes of lucid light and hearing or feeling the vibration, that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises.

Besides there are vague memories of passing both the outer and inner senses into the enlightenment of that which is one, where all thoughts and feelings collected to justify the belief in a world defined by time and space is extracted, so that there is no belief to hide that which has no beginning or end and therefore is everything, namely the formlessness of oneness.

This image of the same mountain, as in the other images in this article, again shows that you can have many different glimpses to have of it and that they are all coloured by the one having the glimpses. The Enlightenment of that which is one is not coloured by the one having it, because there is not somebody having it. It is not possible to experience it, as that would require more than one. In other words, there is nothing personal about the enlightenment of that which is one. Yet, describing it via vague memories it is like everything else, where more than one seems to be involved, coloured by the personality of the describer as well by the one interpreting the description. Trying to make something last only appears to be meaningful in a world, where everything has an end
Glimpses of enlightenment, which most confuses with the enlightenment of that which is one, may leave you with the impression, that it is possible to fuse heaven and earth by prolonging the glimpses via meditation or other kinds of techniques, that seems to make you able to transform energies in such a way that heaven and earth merge.

The idea of heaven and hell is an idea based on duality, which is founded on contrasts like that. And as you cannot have one without the other, you can never have only heaven in a world of duality. Neither in non-duality, because it is that which is one, and it takes more than one to be in heaven.

This idea of a better world is founded on the belief, that you are someone special, who is in control and able to create a world like you see fit. Though neither dictators, rich people, political or so-called spiritual minded persons have ever succeeded in creating a world. the way they think it should be, many assume it is something in themselves or others that need to be corrected for it to happen. But no matter how much you correct, all that you get are more frustrations, because there is nothing to correct but the belief that you are someone definitive.

Whether you experience, that you are free in the now, spiritual or whatnot, it is echoes of past conditioning, that you hold onto with the sole purpose of being someone special in a world defined by time and space.

Instead of having this belief undone most, who have had one or more glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one, start teaching how to make the world better – as if there is a world to make better. They put together a new philosophy based on their interpretation of one or more glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one, mixed up with speculative ideas about spirituality and maybe ancient traditions of meditation and whatnot. They may, for example, encourage not being conditioned, so that you can be free in the now. But the experience of that or anything else is based on the conditioned belief, that you are someone defined by time and space.

You freely choose to give Facebook all your info in exchange for being able to construct a personality in its virtual world, as if this construction constitutes a real person.

Time and space is not a fact, but a belief system, that you blindly follow. You choose to be conditioned by it, so that it seems to be a fact, that you are someone definitive in a world defined by time and space instead of the formlessness of that which is one.

The way to hear or feel the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises as described in the previous article Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment and especially in Life has no secrets is deduced from Alexius´ experience of hearing and feeling it. Not that he originally heard or felt this echo of oneness with the help of Aum or Sohang. It was simply given to him in his youth via his devotion to serve.

But it was not before much later he realised, that hearing or feeling this echo of oneness is what those constantly chanting Aum or Sohang are looking for but never get, as they have expectations of something very special. Yet having recognised it himself, it was not a problem to deduce a fast way of hearing or feeling the unpronounceable vibration that Aum or Sohang symbolises.

The way to connect with the empty breath is deduced from Alexius´ approach of it. Again he did not originally connect with it in the way Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings advise you to do – see the links in the below box. The connection was just given to him. Maybe so that he could deduce a way for you to connect with it as well.

The ways to have inner experiences of light, music and nectar as described in the previous article Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment, Alexius heard about in his youth, but most likely the speaker just had second-hand knowledge about these glimpses of enlightenment, as he mainly referred to ancient scriptures, where they obviously have been mentioned in various ways.

As Alexius has not read ancient scriptures or so-called spiritual books his enlightened non-teachings are not based on an existing religion or philosophy, neither are they meant to be a new religion or philosophy but to undo the belief such concepts as well as anything else.

A guru, which means a teacher, is always deeply founded in the belief of being someone special in a world, where there seems to be more than one, because it requires more than one to teach somebody. In other words, a guru is no different from anybody else profiting on the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

Guru is a Hindi word for teacher, and as such they deeply founded in the belief of being in a world where there seems to be more than one, as it requires more than one to teach something to somebody. Anyhow Alexius soon stepped totally aside, so there was nothing to block out the enlightenment of that which is one (see hack #5-7.1 From the inner senses through a black hole into that which is one), wherefore the ways to experience glimpses of it, as described in his enlightened non-teachings, are not based on second-hand knowledge. Hence they may not be similar to what you hear from those interpreting the sayings from old scriptures, as without the enlightened of that which is one you are bound to misinterpret the sayings about it.

As most seem to think enlightenment is something you achieve, where after you go around enlightened, it may be best to spell out, that the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be achieved by anybody, because to bid it welcome, you must step aside*. In other words, Alexius has not been enlightened but momentarily stepped aside, so that there was nothing but the enlightenment of that which is one. That is why he is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

Most gurus do not talk about the enlightenment of that which is one, but some otherworldly states they have experienced as someone definitive, and attribute with the activation of pineal gland, that they also call the third eye. But as you have to step aside to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, no pineal gland or eyes are involved at all.*

That being said, there may be such things in play, if not stepping completely aside, so that you have a glimpse of enlightenment, but that is like a seeing trailer to a movie. It is not the movie.

Unfortunately, this does not apply to most gurus or others talking about enlightenment. What they say about enlightenment is not geared towards bidding it welcome but to follow their speculative rules for a better life, so that they appear to be somebody who is and has more than you – for example more money, power or fame, which in the eyes of the world makes them more life. It is probably for this reason, they never really tell what their teachings are about, but instead speak in vague and mysterious ways about peace, coming from the heart and whatnot.

If you doubt what your guru says, you are told, you have not gotten it and should sign up for more lessons – meaning you should give more money.

The old-school gurus may speak vaguely about something called kundalini, which is supposed to make a fusion between body and spirit so that you become full of bliss and wisdom. Newer gurus have speculative teachings about living in the now, realising your self or a higher purpose. Both approaches appeal to those who want to have their feelings of inferiority replaced with feelings of spiritual grandeur so that they can be acknowledged as someone special, who is part of something higher.

Most belief systems are just a shared vocabulary for people feeling inferior, so they can hide it by sharing this vocabulary with like-minded ones.

But to merge with something, be full of light, live in the now, realise your self and whatnot requires more than one. It other words, it is an experience geared for a world where there seems to be more than one. It has nothing to do with the formlessness of that which is one, because it takes more than one to be conscious about something.

Any experience in a world where there seems to be more than one can turn into that which is one, provided you do not try to hold onto the experience by interpreting it as bliss or something else, because that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one, so it is not possible to have a specific experience unless you believe you are someone definitive.

The same of course applies to see, hearing, feeling or tasting glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, as described in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. That is why thee non-teachings distinguish between the enlightenment of that which is one and glimpses of it. The latter is an experience in a world where there seems to be more than one – you could say it is a state of being. But the enlightenment of that which is one is not an experience, nor any kind of being. because it takes more than one to experience or be something.

All ways lead to Rome, they say, but they forget to say that they also lead away from it, so do not count on the ways suggested by the gurus promising a hypothetical better life in the future, because only a world where there seems to be more than one has a future. And as reality is one perpetual present, it has neither an end or a future, so anything with a future is an illusion.

That which is you is not the appearance of something definitive. You are and have nothing in the the sense that you you are nothing definitive, but the formlessenes of that which is one, that is everything, as formlessness is endless. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

For those teaching about kundalini, freedom in the now, finding your true self and whatnot, it is not a problem that what they promise is just another illusion. On the contrary. Because that means their followers never get it and therefore will keep on paying money, give hugs or whatever the teacher asks for, so both of you feel, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

Yet this is not what the above duality hacks are about, neither all the others, that presented themselves during the writing of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings (see Duality HacksExtra Duality Hacks and More Duality Hacks), as they point to the formlessness of that which is one – or rather towards that which appears to hide, that there never was and never will be more than that which is one.

There is no life in the world. It is to be compared to a dream, which, no matter how beautiful it may appear, is an illusion.

Although the formlessness of that which is one it is the power making it possible to simulate a world where there seems to be more than one, it is not possible for it to be in the simulation – just like it is not possible for the street simulated in this image to be in the picture, or for a dreamer to be in the dream empowered by it.

When the formlessness of life is perceived as the sole cause of any experience – whether so-called spiritual or mundane – you never play somebody else´s game. Even if it may seem so, they are not the reason for what you appear to do and say. Neither is the person you seem to be.

There is only one reason for your apparent thoughts, feelings, conversations and actions, namely the formlessness of life. In other words, it is not someone definitive who thinks, feels, says or does something.

As life is formless and thus without beginning and end, everything definable is lifeless. Yet everything without life symbolises it, because there is no more than the formlessness of life.

This does not mean that it is the formlessness of life that thinks, feels, says or does something. But that it is the energy which makes it possible to experience as if someone is doing this, although there is no more than the formlessness of life since formlessness has no beginning or end.

Neither does it mean, that you have found the formlessness of life in a world defined by time and space, but that everything there is perceived to be a symbol of it. As both the experiencer and the experienced therefore are symbols of that which makes it possible to perceive a world where the formlessness of life seems to be divided into more than one, the apparent differences in such a world do not make a difference.

The echo of that which is one, which often is symbolised by the words Aum, Sohang or The Word of God and which comes from the edge of the universe can be heard or felt right now via the inner senses, because they are not limited by time and space.

Hearing or feeling the echo of life
Appearing in a world defined by time and space as a symbol of the formlessness of life, you do not pump up the volume of music to hear or feel it, but to be reminded that it is the formlessness of life that makes it possible to have the experience of hearing and feeling something.

The echo of oneness does not reveal what that which is one is, but what it is not, namely the nothingness in which you believe to be someone definitive in a tangible world.

This is not to say, that the formlessness of life can be heard and/or felt in a world defined by time and space. It is not possible to hear or feel formlessness. But it is possible to hear the echo of it coming from the edge of the universe. This unpronounceable vibration, which often is symbolised by Aum, Sohang or The Word of God, is heard or felt when you are more attentive to the world of the inner senses than that of the outer ones.

The Hebrew word Elohim was originally a symbol for one perpetual present.

The word god, which is a translation of the Hebrew word Elohim, was at first meant to be a metaphor for that which is one and never ends. Hence the word god was originally meant to symbolise one perpetual present. As this is not understandable, when you believe to be someone in a world of linear time, the meaning of the word gradually was changed, so that god became a symbol for one almighty force believed to have created the world defined by time and space in its own image.

But what is not definable cannot create something definable. Hence a world defined by time and space is an illusion and so is the perceived creator of such a world.

As none of the aspects of the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be experienced, the experience of hearing or feeling the unpronounceable vibration coming from the edge of the universe is not the enlightenment of that which is one but a glimpse of it. Neither is seeing or tasting the enlightenment of that which is one, since it is an experience and therefore just as illusionary as any other experience (see All experiences are equally unreal).

But as these illusionary glimpses of enlightenment is not of the world experienced by the outer senses but by the inner senses, experiencing them from there while still being aware of the world of the outer senses, they have the capacity to undo the deception of the outer senses – not abruptly like the enlightenment of that which is one, but little by little. In the world of the outer senses you must always plan for the future in order to uphold the illusion of linear time.

The more the outer senses, that perceive a world defined by time and space, is turned inwards, the more a world not limited by time and space is experienced by the inner senses. This is why it takes no time to go to the edge of the universe (you can read more about the illusion of time by clicking here) – where the echo of the primordial vibration, that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises, is used to create a fantasy of a world constructed by time and space in such a way that it seems to be real until you hear or feel this echo.

»With every exhalation the soul recites ‘Hang’ and with every inhalation it recites ‘So’. Thus every soul counts the mantra of Sohang (So plus Hang) twenty-one thousand and six-hundred times every day and night.« Gherand Samhita, stanza 84.

In Eastern religions the echo of god or rather one perpetual present is symbolised by the word ´Aum´ or ´Sohang´ and in the New Testament by ´The Word of God´: »In the origin The Word had been existing and That Word had been existing with God and That Word was himself God.« John 1:1, Aramaic Bible in Plain English.

One who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one perceives ´The Word´ in the above quote as a metaphor for the unpronounceable vibration you hear or feel when not being totally focused on experiencing the world of the outer senses. The unenlightened, however, speculates about what exact words this is hinting at, even though there is not a single verse in the Bible referring to ´The Word of God´, as if it is written or can be spoken.

The vibration that AUM or Sohang symbolizes comes from the edge of the universe, which is only far away if you let yourself be deceived by a world defined by linear time as experienced through the outer senses.

Glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one is an echo of the formlessness of oneness coming out of a black hole at the edge of the universe. This includes the vibration that is often symbolised by the words Aum, Sohang or The Word of God and which is as close to you, as anything else you experience to be close in the world of the outer senses, if you are not deceived by them into believing that you are constricted by the definitions of time and space. The world of the inner senses is not ruled by these definitions, so there you can go directly to the edge of the universe and hear or feel the formlessness of that which is one coming out of a black hole. It is also there that you see or taste it.

One way to turn the outer senses inwards in order to hear or feel the echo of oneness is to not be exclusive but inclusive. When you include all that you hear or feel completely unedited – or rather are willing to do so – the sum of everything in the world of the outer senses is heard as a humming coming from the edge of the universe. It sounds or feels like nothing and everything at the same time.

In such a perfect moment you appear to be both in the world of the outer and inner senses at the same time but without any sense of separation between them. A perfect moment though is not a moment where you are filled up with new energy or anything else since you are indifferent to the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one. Being that, however, is very blissful.

You can also use the word Aum or Sohang as a launching pad for hearing or feeling the humming coming from the edge of the universe. Read the article Life has no secrets to learn how to do this without having to spend years of meditating, chanting and whatnot.

Be aware that the ways described in this article to have glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one will not work, if you look forward to be or have more in a spiritual, mental, emotional or materialistic way. This does not mean, you must avoid being or having more but not care about how much.

The third eye
Appearing in the world as a symbol of life you do not close your eyes to go to sleep, but to see glimpses of the formlessness of life, which is done via the inner sense called the third eye, that is a single ´eye´ in the middle of the two eyes above the two eyebrows.

»The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.« Matt 6:22, King James Bible. This makes much sense to one who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one but obviously not to the unenlightened, because in the new international version of the New Testament this sentence has been changed to: »The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are healthy, your whole body will be full of light.«

How this makes sense to the unenlightened, Alexius does not know. Yet he knows it makes no sense to one who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

When you for whatever reason – maybe due to being very desperate, drunk or tired – have no energy to focus, the enlightenment of that which is one is bid welcome. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The enlightenment of that which is one is bid welcome by completely closing down the outer senses. First time this happened for Alexius was when he in his early 20s returned home totally exhausted after a long nights work of taxi driving and simply was too tired to focus.

In other words, to be offbeat, exhausted, confused or maybe even drunk is a way to close the outer senses, so that there is no world to see and therefore nothing to hide the enlightenment of that which is one. In fact anything that is not part of a scheme to fabricate images defined by time and space will do.

If that includes drugs Alexius does not know, because he has not experienced them. Yet he can say that from looking at others taking drugs, that it seems to be more about expanding the consciousness of a world where there seems to be more than one than undoing it.

»Direct your eyes toward the middle of the eyebrows and meditate upon your own self. It is Shambhavi Mudra, the most secret practice of all the Tantra scriptures.« Gherand Samhita, stanza 59.

The positioning of the body, while activating the third eye, does not matter, as long as the body does not bother you.

Practically speaking you can close the visual outer sense and open the inner eye by closing the eyes and lightly, without any concentration, hold a finger on the third eye. It is best to do this in a dark room, so you do not think the revelation of light comes from the world of the outer senses.

If something like this is dechiffered into different colors and forms, you will have glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, but if you do not judge any colors or forms to be different from each other the apparent differences will explode into one bright light.

If having an inner vision like this and it is deciphered into an experience of different colours and shapes around a centre, it is a glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one. If you on the other hand do not judge the apparent different colours and forms to make a difference or to come from somewhere specific, one bright and colourless light, that seems to explode from out of nowhere wipes out all thoughts collected to form you into someone definitive, so that there is nothing to hide that there never was and never will be anything else than the formlessness of oneness, because formlessness has no end.

As the sense of sight is always looks for the greatest contrast of light, your closed eyes automatically search around in the darkness until they move inwards and upwards towards the third eye from where they settle down at a light show expose at such a speed that the apparent contrast between the splashes of colours hardly can be perceived.

If no contrasts are perceived at all the colours turn into a white light, that is so bright that it is not contrasted by something or illuminating anything. That is the enlightenment of that which is one.

»Touching eyeballs as a feather, lightness between them opens into the heart and there permeates the cosmos.« Sochanda Tantra, stanza 13.

If your eyes do not automatically move inwards and upwards into the area of the inner senses, that is above the eyebrows, you may help them by gently pressing the thumb and middle finger across each eyeball from outer corner to inner, while having the forefinger on the third eye.

But this is not really commendable, since even the slightest effort requires focus, and it is not focus but defocus that bids welcome the enlightenment of that which is one or glimpses of it. Furthermore this may give you the impression that certain physical postures will open the third eye.

None of the inner senses can be reached via a specific posture or way of thinking. Deactivating the outer senses, however, can be achieved in this way, so if you find a specific technique that seems to be helpful in this regard by all means go for it. Yet the fastest way to deactivate the outer senses is to not know what and where you are.

»… and there shall be no light there, and they need no candle there, neither the light of the sun, for the Lord God giveth them light.« Rev. 22:5

The thought construction that seems to keep you together as someone tangible is left at the edge of a black hole.

The thought construction that seems to keep you together as someone tangible must be left at the edge of a black hole, so that there is nothing to gracefully fall into the formlessness of oneness.

When you momentarily do not know what and where you are, there is nobody to prevent glimpses of enlightenment to merge into one bright white light, namely the enlightenment of that which is one, which extracts all thoughts, that you have hold onto in order to appear as someone definitive, and leave them at the edge of what may look like a black hole, so that there is nobody to experience the nothingness of you gracefully falling into the formlessness of that which is one.

Enlightenment is not an out-of-the-body experience as it is not an experience, but its preliminary stage of bliss and compassion, which is connected to the world via the pineal gland, is an experience that is often perceived to be out-of-the-body.

Enlightenment of that which is one is not an out-of-body experience. It is not an experience at al. But its preliminary stages of bliss and compassion, which in the world may to be connected with the pineal gland, is something that can be experienced as an out-of-body experience.

Most, however, are afraid of loosing their identity, so they settle for glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, which is like a blissful out-of-body experience – presumably linked to the pineal gland, that appears to foster states like that.

If you are not tempted to stop at this state of bliss, but to go where someone definitive cannot go, namely into the enlightenment of that which i one, it is not an out-of-body experience. On the contrary, there is no experience at all, neither consciousness, because to experience or be consciousness about something requires more than one.

If you want to return from the enlightenment of that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one, you must pick up the thought construction, that was left at the edge of a black hole before you entered it, in order to be shaped as someone definitive.

Returning from the enlightenment of that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one, you cannot know, you have been at the other side of a black hole, because you were not there and there is not another side, since there is no more than that which is one. In other words, the person you appear to be is not enlightened. Yet, due to your vague memories of that which is one, you are to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

It is not possible though for somebody else to know, that you are to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one. You will hardly grasp it yourself. But you will for sure grasp, that a world where there seems to be more than one is not real, and that anything appearing there – including the appearance of you as someone definitive – therefore is an illusion.

Appearing in a world where there seems to be more than one as a symbol of that which is one, you do not perceive music to be a means to joy, but as a means to be reminded of the airy music full of ethereal harmonies floating out of a black hole at the edge of the universe.

»I heard a sound from heaven like the sound of cascading waters and like the rumbling of loud thunder. The sound I heard was also like harpists playing on their harps.« Revelation 14:2, Holman Christian Standard Bible.

Being used to take a ride in the inner world of the senses, that opens up when the outer senses are not fully used to experience a world defined by time and space, you sense that the first sentence of this quote refers to ´Aum´, ´Sohang´ or ´The Word of God´, and that the second one to ethereal music.

»At midnight when not a single sound is heard, close your ears with both hands and do Purak Pranayama. Listen to the sounds in your right ear which are very pleasant. The first sound that you will hear is of a pine bird, the second of a flute, third of a cloud, fourth of a dragon bee, the fifth of a ringing bell and then of a gong of metal. Sounds of trumpet, drum etc. are also heard.

As Alexius has no intellectual knowledge of religious scripts most of the words in the quote from Gherand Samhita are meaningless. But since he hears inner music himself, it is easy to pick up the essence of the quote, namely the bliss of listening to inner music.

Besides these, many other sounds are heard if it is practiced daily. These sounds are Anahata (unproduced) and come on their own accord. Nada is related to light. Light is related to mind, so mind gets itself merged in a sound which is the seat of the Lord. Therefore, practice of Bhramari gives Siddhi of Samadhi (i.e., makes Samadhi possible).

Mind gets eightfold more pleasure in the act of meditation than Japa (repeating God’s name), eightfold more interest in Tapas (penance) than the meditation, and eightfold more interest in music or sound than the Tapas. There is nothing greater than music.« Gherand Samhita, stanzas 77-81. Besides for the word ´Nada´ meaning music Alexius does not know the meaning of all the Hindi words in this quote, but hearing inner music himself – though not so bombastic as described in this quote – he gets the overall meaning of it.

Using noise cancelling headphones is a great way to close the outer sense of hearing. Alexius personally prefer in-ear headphones though, as they can also be used when going to bed.

A practical way of closing the outer sense of hearing and open the inner one is to put both thumbs in your ears or simply use a noise cancelling headphone or an in-ear headphone, and then without focusing or trying to define anything, be nothing but the ethereal harmonies coming to you from what may seem to be far away.

For tuning in it is best not go with the vibrations appearing to come from the left ear, as they often are the sounds of a busy mind, but instead follow the harmonies that appear to come from an empty space a bit outside of your right ear. That being said, do not pay too much attention to directions.

Maybe you will not hear ethereal harmonies but the humming symbolised by ´Aum´, ´Sohang´ or ´The Word of God´. If so, follow this glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one.

It could also be that the only thing you ´hear´ is your thoughts. Yet you have no thoughts of your own. That is something the special self wants you to believe so that although they are solely made by the brain, you believe you have created them. Just like you tend to believe a dream is made by you although you do not have any control over it, except for how to perceive it.

As the special self lives from separation, it cannot survive inclusion, so if there is no attempt to edit the thoughts fabricated by the brain by excluding those that do not fit into the perception of being special and instead include them all as they are, there is nothing to make the self special. It is therefore in the basic mode, where it automatically is in sync with the thoughts of the brain.

Consequently, they do not disturb you from hearing empty space as eternal harmonies – or, if in touch with one of the other inner senses, experiencing it as light, eternal sweetness or sublime intimacy. That being said, just like even though nothing disturbs you from hearing the sound of the ocean, to notice it you must want to hear it.

Tasting the sweetness of life helps you to not focus on the world of the outer senses so that glimpses of enlightenment from the world of the inner ones become the foundation for perceiving the world of the outer senses. Since this results in not perceiving the apparent differences to make a difference, there is no differentiation between you and the world where you experience to be. The taste of life
Appearing in the world as a symbol of oneness you are not tasting the most exquisite food to get delicate experiences from that, but to be reminded about the taste of life, which in the world can be compared to the taste from foam of a milkshake with a few drops of honey added to it or to how marshmallows – especially those with a flavour of strawberries – interact with the palate.

»Your lips drip nectar, my bride, honey and milk are under your tongue.« Song of Solomon 4:11.

»Whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never be thirsty, but the water that I shall give him shall be in him as a well of water springing up into everlasting life.« John 4:10-4:14.

To compare a taste to something else is a very individual thing, so you may not compare the inner taste to that of liquorice.

To describe a taste by comparing it to another taste is a very individual thing. In other words, you may not compare the taste of life to a taste of milk and honey with a hint of liquorice.

Even though this taste is called the nectar of life in the old scriptures you should not expect it to make you more young or inject you with more energy in the world of the outer senses. Anyway, you are better off never to expect more of anything, as that which is you is no different from that which is one, and since it is formlessness and therefore endless there is no more than that which is one. Hence looking for more is an illusion based on the belief that is more than that which is one.

One way of undoing this belief is to not focus, because without it a world where there seems to be more than one cannot be perceived, and so it does not seem to hide, there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one. Fortunately, the taste of life is very beneficial in regards to defocusing.

Some Chinese Herb Formulations or teas – for example Spring Dragon Longevity Tea – enhance the taste of life, provided you are already are in touch with it. The same applies to the Ayurvedic teas, that Alexius have tasted or most teas including liquorice.

As already mentioned, the taste of life can be compared to enjoying the transparent taste from the foam of a sweet milkshake. Sometimes, however, it is with a hint of either liquorice, strawberry or mint, so you none of the descriptions of it are definitive. In any case, it is best not to compare the taste of life or other glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one to anything else, as all comparisons are based on definitions from the past and therefore cancels out the ever-present glimpses of enlightenment.

The inner sense of taste not only stops the compulsive focusing on forms but also your cravings for sweets and to experience  something definable. The taste of life is always there and it is free. Neither do you have to meditate or be pure to consume it. All you have to do is to put your tongue behind the uvula. And if you cannot do that, it is also OK, because doing so is just meant to help you deactivating the outer senses and the only thing that really accomplish that, is the intention to do it. Just like even you are at a springboard, you will not dive from it, if that is not your intention of going there.

The inner sense of taste does not only stop the compulsive focusing on something definitive but also your cravings for more, for example more sweets. The taste of life is always there. It is free, and you do not have to meditate or be pure to consume it. All you have to do is to put your tongue behind the uvula and devote yourself to the taste dripping from above. If you cannot get your tongue all the way, it is not a problem, because doing so is just meant to help you deactivating the outer senses and the only thing that really accomplish this, is the intention of doing it.

The taste of life unfolds under the tongue, when it is moved behind the uvula (the skin flap hanging down in the back of the mouth at the entrance to the throat). Placing it there makes you feel like you are not in the world even though you appear to be there, because it cutbacks the need to focus and also the longing for more. As a side effect it diminishes the craving for sweets as well. That is if you devote yourself to it – no techniques will work without devotion. Yet devotion can work without a technique.

To get the tongue behind the uvula you may have to press it backwards for a long time, maybe several months, and finally use a finger to push it the rest of the way, which may make you feel as if you are about to vomit. No worries – it is just a feeling. When you are used to keeping your tongue there, it is easy, and there is no sense of vomiting.

»Khechari Mudra is turning the tongue backwards into the cavity of the cranium and turning the eyes inwards toward the eyebrow center.« Haha-Yoga Pradipika, Chapter 3, stanzas 32-37.

You do not have to literally replicate the technique in above quote, where the taste of life is called Khechari Mudra. Neither do you actually need to be able to make the tongue go all the way behind the uvula. Pushing it as far as possible will do.

The way to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one or glimpses of its facets is not about perfection. Neither is it about how you breath, eat or anything else you appear to do in the world of the outer senses. Yet things like that may be helpful in order to deactivate the outer senses.

But no technique in the world of the outer senses can deactivate them, if that is not the intention of executing the technique. In other words, first step is solely about intention, and if that is to deactivate the outer senses, there is nothing to hinder your trip into the world of the inner senses. Second step is to devote yourself to the amazing journey there.

The above about steps only applies to having glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one and not to bidding it welcome in its entirety, as it takes more than one to take any step.

It is probably best to not be active in the world of the outer senses while having visions of light, as the visual glimpses of enlightenment can become so intense, that the world of the outer senses hardly is sensed.

When the belief in being in a world where there seems to be more than one is undone, there is nothing to hide that there never was and never will be more than that which is one.

The technique for tasting the sweetness of life, however, can be carried out while being active in the world of the outer senses. The same applies to enjoy the ethereal harmonies if you hear them without putting your thumbs in the ears, and also hearing or feeling the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises.

This may result in the experience of a world that seems less defined. Not to the extent though, that you are not able to navigate there. But it probably feels like you do not have to, and that you are carried around in a dream with no will of its own.

That is, as long as you do not take the full tour of these glimpses because it ends in the formlessness of oneness, where you no longer appear to be someone in a dream of a world where there seems to be more than one, neither do you appear to be in oneness, since that requires more than one.

In other words, you are not someone at all and there is no memory or consciousness of you ever having been that, because it was all make-believe and the belief is wiped out.

The part of the world of the outer senses you want to experience is not meant to be blurry but in focus, so what you see is definable. It is the other way around with the world of the inner senses,. Focus versus defocus
The world of the outer senses needs you constantly concentrate and focus on it as if you are an autonomous creature in control of your own life. In the world of the inner senses, it is the other way around. It reveals itself when there is no effort to focus, concentrate and control.

But since it is also an act of control to continually trying not to focus in order to see, hear, feel or taste the glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, so besides from getting a headache spreading out from the third eye from too much focus, the inner senses are fenced off.

As long as you intend to appear in a world where there seems to be more than one, it is best to multitask between the inner and outer senses, so you can focus when needed in the world of the outer senses and space out in the world of the inner ones, when nothing is required of you.

How to make this work between the inner an outer sense Alexius does not know, because through his connection with the empty breath, that functions as an automatic gear shifting between the inner and outer senses, it is automatically taking care of. See the last part of the article about the empty breath.

The belief that there are more than one blocks out that which is one
In a world, where there seems to be more than one, the mixing of things may turn out to work well for you. But not in the world of oneness. As it requires more than one, it is not possible to mix anything, so the idea of mixing the different facets of the enlightenment of that which is one fence it off.

That being said, if you do not do the taste of life technique for the sake of the taste but for its benefits in regards to defocusing, you can do this while being devoted to either seeing, hearing or feeling glimpses of enlightenment.

Seeing everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one, will make the outer senses turn inwards, so it is easier to grasp, there is no more than that which is one.

Ways to undo the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one
Can the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, only be undone via the inner senses? No, it can also be undone through the world of the outer ones as described in the duality hacks called Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation, Seeing symbols of non-duality in a world of duality rule out separation, Not being exclusive but inclusive is freedom from being someone definitive, A state of not-knowing is nothing but bliss or Alone together. See hack #1-4 + 8. There might be other hacks than those to have this belief undone. But since Alexius has not tried them, he cannot say if they work. Yet, hacks based on second-hand knowledge from Buddhism and whatnot are most likely fake – especially if those promoting them have beautiful visions about a hypothetical better future that is full of love, bliss and happiness because it is just another dream of duality.

The connection with the empty breath does not unite the outer and the inner senses but it makes them synchronised, which among other things means that what you used to judge as stressful in the low-frequency world of the outer senses will not seem stressing, when synched with the high-frequency world of the inner senses, because of the indifference coming from the empty breath.

The empty breath
 ´lifts´ you out of the belief in being someone definitive by automatically synchronise the outer and inner senses, so that glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one become the basis for interpreting the world of the outer senses.

It is like being transported in a driverless car, that is programmed to take you to the aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one that attracts the most, so you carelessly forget to define the glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one and they as one bright light, tone, emotion or taste carry the nothingness of you back into the formlessness of oneness.

NOTES ABOUT THE QUOTES
The terminology of yoga and so-called holy scriptures – apart from The New Testament – is unknown to Alexius, so he does not know the scriptures from where the quotes in this article are taken. He found them all by searching the internet.

When everything is included there does not appear to be something outside of you, neither inside of you, as that requires there something to be outside of you. In other words, there is nothing but the formlessness of oneness.

Alexius does not sympathise with Eastern or Western religions, nor new age philosophy, as these ideologies, in general, appear to be about excluding what is judged to be bad in order to become what is judged to be better, purer or higher. Yoga techniques, for example, are often based on meditation or something else where what is not one is excluded. Theoretically speaking this should leave out everything but the formlessness of oneness. But as formlessness cannot exclude anything, this is not what you get from being exclusive.

The world of the outer senses is experienced via seeing, hearing, feeling and tasting/smelling it. But if those senses are turned inwards instead, the enlightenment of that which is one is revealed through seeing, hearing, feeling or tasting/smelling it.

And then again it is not exactly like this, because the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be experienced at all since it takes more than one to experience something.

Someone, who believes to be definable, cannot gracefully fall through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one. Yet someone who believes to be definable can learn how to have this belief undone.

Yet bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one is something that can be experienced via seeing, hearing, feeling or tasting/smelling it. This is not the enlightenment of that which is one though but glimpses of it, which come through a hole that sometimes seems to be black and other times full of lucid. Having visual glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one can to be an experience of travelling through lucid worlds with ever-changing flashes of light. The moment those flashes of light are not perceived to differ from each other, there is no separation to define you as someone definitive anymore.

When you play a game, you may forget where you actually are. One of the ways to remember it is to undo the knowledge of what and where you appear to be. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As that means there is nobody experiencing anything, there is not someone to fight that the construction of thoughts which seem to have replaced the formlessness of that which is one with someone special in a world where there seems to be more than one is abruptly extracted by the extremely bright white light, that the glimpses have turned into without you being aware of it, as none of this is not happening in linear time but in one perpetual present.

In other words, everything you ever believed to be and have is gone without you knowing it or having any memory of having believed to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. Hence there is nothing to gracefully fall through the hole that is no more, because there is no experience to hide that which always has been and always will be, since it is formless and therefore endless, namely that which is one.

The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be experienced
Most, however, work against the flow enlightenment, which is done by defining what there seem to be to see, hear, feel or taste as something that is similar to past experiences, so that the enlightenment of that which is one is fragmented into more than one, wherefore the belief in being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is not undone.

And as the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be bid welcome without having this belief undone for just one moment, you only had glimpses of it, and therefore do not know what it is.

As the enlightenment of that which is one is not of a world where there seems to be more than one, someone believing to be there cannot be enlightened. But if you for a moment forget what and where you are you are, there is not a world where there seems to be more than one to hide the enlightenment of that which is one.

Returning from the enlightenment of that which is one as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, you are not enlightened, because enlightenment is not something definitive. Yet, there are vague memories of the enlightenment of that which is one, so you are to be compared to it.

This, however, would have been the same result if the belief in being someone definitive momentarily had been undone, because then there is not someone to know the enlightenment of that which is one. In other words, what you believe to be can never be enlightened. Yet it is possible to momentarily forget what and where you are so that there is nothing for the enlightenment of that which is one to gracefully transport through a hole that is not there into the formlessness of that which is one.

What you believe to be is therefore not enlightened, so if returning as someone definitive to a world where there seems to be more than one, you are just the same – except that vague memories of that which is one turn being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one into something you pretend to be, because you know there is no more than the formlessness of oneness. Hence you are to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

A glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one is comparable to a movie trailer, which is just a glimpse of a whole movie, and therefore not to be confused with the whole one.

To round off, as the enlightenment of that which is one has no beginning and end, someone definitive cannot experience it. But glimpses of it – for example travelling through lucid worlds of light – has a beginning and an end. If you seem to see an E here, you are using the E, you have made in your mind, to hide all the empty space.

If you seem to see an ´E´ here, you are focusing on seeing something recognisable, so that you can hide the empty space by imagining there is something there. The empty space is not the formlessness of that which is one, but when you do not imagine a world defined by time and space to be there, no elements of matter are experienced to hide the formlessness of oneness. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Partial devotion to the inner senses results in glimpses of enlightenment
To experience that you are someone substantial in a world defined by time and space, constant focus on something specific is required for the outer senses to fabricate the depth needed to make the experience appear dimensional – otherwise, the outer senses cannot build this illusion.

So the more you defocus, the more the definable world of the outer senses is complemented with the abstract world of the inner senses, where you are bid welcome by glimpses of light, if you are visual-minded, ethereal music if you are auditory minded, and the taste or feeling of that which is one in case you are emotional minded.*

The purpose of the inner senses and their glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one is to attract you to such an extent, that you cannot help yourself but to have them undo the belief that it is possible to be someone definitive, even though it means the end of what you believe to be – just like a moth cannot help but to follow its attraction to the flame, even though it is gonna be the end of it.

The idea of mixing something is based on the belief in separation, so do not try to mix glimpses of light with glimpses of ethereal music, for example, as this will imply they are separated. Just welcome whatever glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one, that seems to come your way. Never try to hang onto a glimpse or to have it repeated. If it after a while changes into another aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one, go with that.

What you believe to be is a hallucination, that seems to cover the enlightenment of that which is one – also if you believe to be spiritual, because any belief requires more than one.

These glimpses, as already noted, are not the enlightenment of that which is one, as it has no room for someone being conscious of something since that requires more than one. This does not mean that the person you believe to be is replaced by the enlightenment of that which is one, but that whatever you believe to be is an illusion.

The healing of the body caused by partly being devoted to the inner senses is just a side effect, that helps you not to care about physicality and its inevitable end.

The inner senses and the body
Devotion to the inner senses will heal your body if that is not the purpose of it. It may not include genetically caused diseases, though. But as devotion to the inner senses calms the body, a genetically created disease will not seem to generate fear, which otherwise may further damage the body, if projected upon it (see hack #4.3 To be a basic self is to be good enough about the unfortunate belief in a body-mind connection, where you are the perceived master of it).

When, however, the wellbeing of the body is the purpose of devoting yourself to the inner senses, you cannot be attentive to the world of the inner senses, since that requires having no specific focus, so the world of the inner senses fades out without you even noticing it. Thus the body is not being nurtured by it.

Total devotion to the inner senses bids welcome the enlightenment of that which is one
Complete devotion to the inner senses, bids welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, that right away erases all memories of you being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. As you are not there anymore, there is nobody to know how long time this takes. But most of all because the enlightenment of that which is one is not a process but one perpetual present.

At first, however, it may seem to be a process, and as long as that is the case, the brain that produced the experiences of you as someone definitive is not dead so it can be rebooted and again produce these experiences. But since it takes more than one to be anything, they cannot contain the enlightenment of that which is one. So although you are to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, you look like you used to be.

But as soon as the enlightenment of that which is one does not seem to be a process, which in the concept of time may be a few minutes, the brain cannot be rebooted, and therefore not produce the experience of you as a substantial being in  a tangible world, so there is nothing to hide the formlessness of oneness and that it is no different from that which always has been and always will be you. There is, of course, nobody to be aware of this, since it takes more than one to be conscious of something.

The appearance of you as someone in a world, where there seems to be more than one, is a fabrication constructed from thoughts, where some are chosen to be included, as if they are that which is you, and others are excluded, as if they are not you but somebody else. By not excluding specific thoughts but including them all, you become everything and you also lose the appearance of being someone specific, because there are no excluded thoughts to define you as someone definitive. In other words, inclusion excludes what is not real, so there is nothing but the formlessness of that which is you. Enlightenment of that which is one does the same, and so do the other ´ways´ suggested in my non teachings. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The appearance of you as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is a fabrication of thoughts. The ones you judge to be good are chosen to be included and the ones judged as bad ones to be excluded. The excluded ones produce what you consider others to be and what you are not, so if no thoughts are excluded, there is nobody to define you as separate from others. Inclusion, therefore, excludes what is not real, namely separation, so that there is not something to hide there is no more than that which is one. Bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one has the same result, and so does the implementation of the other ´ways´ of coming back to that which is one suggested in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings.

Is the enlightenment of that which is one required to have the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one undone?
The enlightenment of that which is one can be said to be the last step to the formlessness of oneness, but as formlessness is endless, you have never left it, so there is no step back to it, and therefore no need to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one in any one of its aspects, or to have glimpses of it*.

Neither do you have to be connected with the empty breath or devote yourself to the inner senses to have the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one undone. It can be undone while enjoying the world of the outer senses. In the below box there are some suggestions on how to do this:

The more you perceive the apparent differences in the world of the outer senses to not make a difference, the more the outer senses function as a set-off to that which is one (hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is pure bliss).

The same applies to pretending to be someone definitive (hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation or seeing symbols of life in the world (hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life).

And it also applies to being alone together, which does not mean that you are together with one or more who also are alone, but that you are alone together with your fantasy of a world where there seems to be more than one, no matter how many there seem to be around you (hack #8.8 Alone together is the key to that which is one).

But you do not even need Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings to have this belief undone. All that is necessary is to not remember what and where you are since that means there is no belief in being someone definitive that appears to hide the formlessness of that which is one.


There is no experience of love without the experience of hate, because you cannot know one without the other. Multitasking allows you to experience both emotions simultaneously, and so hate is as blissful as love. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The reason that so many avoid multitasking is that multitasking leaves them with no time to suppress anger and other feelings, that destroys the perfect image of themselves as somebody at peace, full of love and whatnot.

What they do not know, when keeping specific feelings hidden – hate for example – is that they diminish the experience of their contrasts – in this case love – because you cannot have one without the other.

Least of all do they know that when both sides of a contrast are equally acknowledge, their apparent difference makes no difference. Thus it is just as blissful loving somebody as to hate them. See also Love makes no difference at all.

Be aware though, that to be in the bliss of indifference, instead of the consciousness of being someone definitive, you must be willing to be nobody.

Here the world of the inner senses are about to shift to bright white light, which is gonna extract all the info you have collected in order to appear as somebody and leave it at the edge at a black hole so that there is nobody to fall into the nothingness of that which is one. This is not compatible with appearing in a world, where there seems to be more than one, so if that is what you want, you better make sure the info making up your personality is not extracted or you know where to find it again. You do not know how fast this is happening, because you are no more and have no conscious of ever having been anybody, because there is nothing but that which is one. This is not compatible with appearing as someone definitive in a world defined by time and space, so if that is what you want, you better make sure that the info making up your appearance as someone definitive is not extracted – or that you know how to find it again – which is simply is to go with the flow of fear. And yes, there is also fear in that which is one. No worries. It cannot be experienced there. That is not possible since it would require more than one. Multitasking the inner and outer senses
Much devotion to the world of the inner senses may space you out in regards to the present moment in the world of the outer senses. Yet, if you do not have to be present there, you just go with the flow of the inner senses, as if the world outside of you stands still.

But if you want to go on appearing as someone special in a world where there seems to be more than one, it is of course best to totally focus on the world of the outer senses, so that the abstractness of the inner world does not interfere with your plans for having more money, power, love, life, energy and whatnot.

Should you, however, become tired of the race for more, you multitask between the inner and outer senses, so that being loaded with glimpses of enlightenment in the world of the inner senses make you indifferent to the constant demand for more in the world of the outer senses.

If you do not want the belief in being someone definitive to be abruptly undone by the enlightenment of that which is one, multitasking between the inner and outer senses may be the approach for you, as that allows you to have this belief undone in a pleasant pace while having a good time pretending to be what you are not.

Multitasking is said to disturb the brain so that it is harder for it to focus on something specific. That is why, it is beneficial in regards to having the belief in being someone definitive undone  – especially the multitasking of the inner and outer senses, which happens all by itself when connected with the empty breath.

When you are multitasking the world of the inner and outer senses with the help of the empty breath thoughts are not considered to be yours, so nobody is going anywhere, even though it may appear so.

The empty breath automatically syncs the outer and the inner senses, so that everything feels just fine, nothing is wrong or missing. This is not the purpose of the empty breath, though. Its purpose is to undo the belief in being someone definitive, but this is a lot easier not fighting to survive as someone definitive. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Those not connected with the empty breath are often tempted to skip the part of having the belief in being someone specific undone and instead use their own special blend of the outer and inner senses as the means to fabricate their particular version of paradise.

The purpose of this often is to establish themselves as a spiritual helper, but as there only is somebody to help, when you believe in separation, your so-called compassion and help enhances the suffering that this belief entails (see the article Coming from the heart is a denial of that which is one). Besides, there is no paradise without hell, since a world where there seems to be more than one can only be experienced through contrasts.

It is common to think, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Yet you do not appear as someone specific in a world where there seem to be more than one to find more, but to see there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one.

So instead of using the glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one to establish an image of yourself as a new messiah full of love and light, which has been in fashion for the gurus since the 70s, use the vitalization you have gotten from them to not hide but expose the frustration the endless speculation that the belief in being someone definitive entails, so that the energy of chaos can be used to ignite a take-off to the empty breath.

The moment you have no need give or receive help or support, the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one is undone.

As the inner senses operate on very high-frequency, speedy thoughts and feelings seem to be at rest there. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The connection with the empty breath automatically syncs the outer and inner senses, and as the latter are operating at an extremely high frequency, the restless speculations in the low-frequency world of the outer senses do not seem to cause confusion but relaxation, and so the apparent differences of the world experienced with the outer senses slowly cease to make a difference. Thus the foundation for the belief in separation fades out, and so there is nobody to imagine that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

Following the guidance of the empty breath you are automatically multitasking, because it does not know the concept of focusing on something specific. So when you are do not feel the empty breath multitasking connects you with it.

A perfect moment is a state of not-knowing
Having glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one is a perfect moment in the sense that nothing feels wrong. As there is no sense of anything having a beginning or end, it may last longer than the concept of now, which is just a split second in between the past and the future. In other words, the concept of now is based on excluding the past and the future, whereas a perfect moment includes that and everything else.

When differences are not perceived to make a difference, the foundation for the belief in separation is gone. So everything outside of you is inside of you, where is nothing since without an outside there is no inside. In other words, if you do not return from this state of not-knowing to a world where there seems to be more than one, there is nothing to hide there is no more than that which is one. Hence it makes no difference if there are thoughts about the past, the future or anything else while having glimpses of enlightenment. In fact, the most distinctive feature of a perfect moment is that the apparent differences of the world are not perceived to make a difference. Not so much because there is no judgment, but because there is nobody to judge anything since you are in a state of not-knowing.

That is why, it is not before this state is over, that you know when differences are not perceived to make a difference, you are not experienced to be separated, and so there is nobody to judge something as right or wrong.

Since differences are not perceived to make a difference in a state of not-knowing, nobody cares if the bliss of it should differ from one state of not-knowing to another.

Having glimpses of enlightenment, you momentarily do not believe to be someone definitive. Hence you are in a state of not-knowing. This state of bliss**, however, I can be induced by anyone of the duality hacks, except for the enlightenment of that which is one, since that is not a state. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

This state of not-knowing is not only induced by glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one but by the application of any other duality hack except for the enlightenment of that which is one, as that is not a state since it takes more than one to be in a state.

Be happy if you cannot overcome the hopelessness that seems to blow you away when not in a state of not-knowing, because when you are blown away a state of not-knowing returns.

But as nothing in a world where there seems to be more than one lasts, nor does a state of not-knowing. Primarily because after 20 minutes, 45 minutes at the most, where the brain has not been kept active by judging differences to make a difference, it falls into a coma.***

So if you want to remain as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, you must leave the bliss of a perfect moment. But you must also leave it if you do not want to return as someone definitive but bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one because there is no room for bliss or anything else in that which is one.

Being alone together is based on the realisation that the power behind every experience you seem to have is you, regardless it is interpreted as spiritual, mundane or whatnot. Since the apparent differences in what is normally perceived to be a world outside of you is not perceived to make a difference when in a state of not-knowing and as that applies to whatever seems to be inside of what normally is believed to be you, inside and outside is the same – or rather there is no inside and outside or any other contrasts to define you as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

You are alone together having a fantasy about being someone special in a world where there seems to be more than one. But no matter what seems to be happening in that fantasy, you are not in it – just like within the context of this fantasy a dreamer is not in its dream although the dream is in the dreamer.****

This you cannot know before you have left a state of not-knowing, and memories start popping up of how blissful it is to not believe you are someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.**

There may also be memories of the transition, which can be quite claustrophobic, as there is nobody to project your troubles and sorrows on since there is nothing but the tight unit of you. But as soon as you start feeling the peace that comes from not feeling disturbed by anybody, this unit is not tight anymore. In fact, it is not there at all, because you do not believe to be someone definitive.

When the apparent differences of a world where there seems to be more than one is not perceived to make a difference, you are not separated from what you experience to be a world outside of you. In other words, you are alone together with your experience of a world where there seems to be more than one – and since this is how you imagine having left the formlessness of oneness, you can reverse this and return to that which you never left, since formlessness is endless. As you probably read in the previous part, you got to leave a state of not-knowing pretty soon, if you want to remain as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. Neither can you stay in this state, if you do not want to return to the fantasy of being someone definitive but to the formlessness of oneness, as being in any kind of state requires more than one.

Staying true to being alone together**** this is not a dilemma, because from this follows you never have been in a world where there seems to be more than one. Just like a dreamer within the context of such a world you are in your own bed, which in this context is a metaphor for that which is one. And since oneness is formless and therefore without beginning and end, you have never left it.

No experience is real, except that which makes it possible to experience something that is not there

Even though Alexius is to be compared to one who is enlightened by that which is one, he has not experienced this enlightenment. It is not possible to experience that which is one because to experience something requires more than one. Yet it is possible to have vague memories of it as if Alexius is full of light.

In a world where there seems to be more than one, everything seems divided in at least two, for example, Alexius and the enlightenment of that which is one. In the reality of oneness though there is no difference because there is no more than that which is one.

The way Alexius is experiencing the world is an illusion, he is fabricating on the spot based on the idea, that it is possible to experience a world where there seems to be more than one. Yet, no illusion is imaginable without that which is real, so the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one is a positive confirmation of that which is one.

This is not to imply Alexius is part of that which is one – there are no parts – but that there is no more than that which is one. So whatever appears to be in a world where there seems to be more than one is not real. Yet it is only possible to experience something, that is not real, because of that which is. In other words, though neither the experienced or the experiencer is real, that which makes it possible to believe so is.

You can say the enlightenment of that which is one is revealed when all the pieces in a jigsaw puzzle is put together in a jigsaw puzzle. The pieces symbolizes all thoughts and feelings you have excluded in order to fabricate a personality, which will dissolve when put together with its contrast. This comparison is not completely on the spot though, because actually you do not need to include all the missing pieces. All what is needed is that inclusion and not exclusion is your intention. What is needed to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one can be compared to putting together a jigsaw puzzle. When some of the pieces fit together there are glimpses it, and when all pieces fit together the enlightenment of that which is bid welcome.

Both the enlightenment of that which is one and the glimpses of it requires that your intention is to not be exclusive but inclusive. In fact, it is not the jigsaw puzzle that needs to be complete for the enlightenment of that which is one to be revealed, but your intention to be inclusive.

If you want to hear the birds singing outside your window and you cannot hear them because of the music you are playing, it is not the birds you need to do something about but what is blocking out their songs, namely your own choice of listening to music. Likewise you do not need to do anything for the enlightenment of that which is one to occur, but to see that you block it out by believing to be someone definitive and as this belief is upheld by being exclusive, all you need to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one is to being inclusive.

As exclusion is the very nature of the special self trying to get rid of it and become more authentic by excluding something enhances the special self. Nothing but inclusion can correct the mistake of perceiving oneself to be special. Without exclusion, the special self cannot survive, and without it, there is nothing special to hide how happy you are being basic and thus so close being nothing that the enlightenment of that which is one can be bid welcome. It takes a lot of effort to be exclusive, whereas to be inclusive requires no effort but not to make an effort to be exclusive. In other words, it is very easy to be inclusive. That is if you do not insist on being someone definitive, because if you do, you must constantly make sure to exclude something in order to appear as someone specific.

Being inclusive and not exclusive there is no more love or hate – or any other contrast, so there is nothing to fear or forgive.

It is only those excluding specific appearances from their experience of the world, who feels there is something to realise. If the intention is to include all appearances, there is nobody to realise anything, since you are defined by what you exclude.

Hence emptiness is all there is, and so every moment has new glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one until you forget to perceive the glimpses yo differ from each other and there is only one light, namely they merge into the enlightenment of that which is one.

What you appear to think and feel may seem to be caused by something outside of you, but that is a connection you are fabricating inside of you, so if you keep it there, the experience of an outside will dissolve. In other words, when everything is included there is nothing outside and as there is no inside without an outside there is nothing but the formlessness of that which is one.

To appear as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one you are bound to have a personality.

No worries. The personality is not a hindrance for the enlightenment of that which is one because it does not see it. But if you believe, that it is you, it will prevent you from bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one.

Only those, who are afraid of the emptiness that seems to arise without believing to be the personality, try to improve it via yoga and whatnot. However, all that you accomplish by changing and improving the personality is the enhancement of the belief that you are someone definitive because if you did not believe this, you would have no reason to make it better.

When thoughts keep on moving faster and faster, you are on full speed back to that which is you. That is if you use the speed as a run-up to the inner senses, where the extreme speediness does not seem terrifying, as it is nothing compared to that which is you. It is so fast that it is not possible to leave it. In other words, you are not returning to that which is you. You are rather leaving the belief that the dullness of the world experienced with the outer senses can hide the formlessness of that which is you. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When thoughts keep on moving faster and faster, you are on full speed back to that which is you. That is, if you use the speed as a take-off to the empty breath*, that will connect you with the high frequency of the inner senses, where the extreme speed seems like nothing, as the inner senses feels closer to the incredible speed of which is you, which is so fast that it is not possible to conceive. In other words, it is formless and therefore cannot be left, unless you imagine it to slow down so that there is something to be conceived as if it has a form amongst other forms in a world where there seems to be more than one. Even though this is just a fantasy, as that which is you is no different from that which is one, the belief that it is possible seems to hide the formlessness of that which is you. Enlightenment of that which is one cannot reveal itself, if you want it to be an experience that change or expand your consciousness, as it takes more than one to be aware of anything. Yet glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one can be experienced, because no glimpse is complete and neither is an experience.

But if enlightenment is what you think you need to become better or higher, you will assume glimpses of it can be used for something specific and so they will seem to disappear until you realise, that you do not need more than what you already have, namely the life of that which is one.

There is nothing you can do in a world where there seems to be more than one in order to come back to that which is one because you never left it. But you can do something to undo the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. This belief is undone the moment you do not need to believe you have something in a world where there seems to be more than one, as without this belief there is nothing to prove you are someone there, and not being anybody there, you do not need to believe it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

To physically jump from one place to another you need to speed up. Likewise, you need to speed up thoughts – or rather you just do not try to slow them down – so that they move at a speed where it is hard to understand them. Consequently, there is no understanding to keep you from taking off to the empty breath.* The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The experience of having fast-moving thoughts in the world of the outer senses is not comfortable for the body, but if the speed of thoughts is used as take-off to the empty breath*, it will synchronise the speed of the thoughts with the fast frequencies of the inner senses, which is the end of feeling restless and the start of feeling indifferent. That is if you do not fight the ways of the empty breath* or try to correct or transform your experience of being someone definitive in the world of the outer senses. In others words, to jump from the world of the outer senses to the empty breath*, which connects you with the inner senses, you do what you always need to do when jumping from one place to another, namely, speed up.

What is said in the above about speedy thoughts also applies to for example ongoing misery. When there is plenty of it, it can be used as a take-off to the empty breath*, provided you do not try to escape what you feel but are nothing but that. Plenty of happiness or any other feeling can be used in the same way.

Connecting with the empty breath is not like breaking on through to the other side, but like going in a driverless car on a highway to the formlessness of that which is one.

What is formless has no sides and therefore no end. Consequently, there is no more than that which is one, so if you believe to be in a world where there seems to see more than one, you have chosen to be deceived by the senses.

The info or the thought construction of somebody tangible is stored at the edge of black hole. In reality it has never left is, because there is no black hole. There is no more than that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The info or the thought construction needed to make someone appear to be tangible in a world defined by time and space is picked up from the edge of a black hole. In reality, though it has never been applied. It is not possible, because there is no more than that which is one. Yet, if you if experience yourself to be someone definitive in a world supposedly created from a big bang coming out of a black hole, you imagine it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. No worries, this mistake is easily undone, if you do not share this experience with somebody appearing to be outside or inside of you. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

If the change from outer to inner senses is complete, the dullness of the world sensed by the outer senses is no more experienced. Consequently the slowness, that seems to make a world outside of you appear to be tangible, cannot hide there is nothing outside of you, neither inside. The thoughts that made up this illusion is rapidly taken away by the inner senses so that there is not something to hide the enlightenment of that which is one. Such a complete change is not gradual but very abrupt, and as it is associated with death most avoid the enlightenment of that which is one.

Believing the world – including astral planes and whatnot – to be real can be compared to sitting in a cinema, where you project yourself onto the world that appears to be on the screen so that the reactions to your projections seems to come from the world instead of you. Hence it appears as if you experience a world outside of you.

Enlightenment of that which is one is to be compared to a sudden crack in the roll of the film with the movie you are projecting yourself onto, so the world that you project yourself upon is replaced by a bright white light, where there is not something to project yourself upon.

Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings offers no hope, because hope operates in time, and time is an illusion.

In the context of this metaphor, what is real is not the bright white light, but the source that is projecting it, namely the movie projector, which is neither in the world of the screen or the bright white light, although it is the power making it possible for this to appear on the screen.

Because this metaphor is part of the movie called The World it is as unreal as everything else in the movie. And as there is nothing unreal, there is no movie and consequently nobody watching it. The movie metaphor is just a way to explain, what cannot be explained. If it could, the movie called The World world to be real, and there would be somebody watching it.

As life is that which is one, there is no life where there is more than one, so you are bound to feel that it is meaningless, when you try to fit into a world where there seems to be more than one – just like within the context of such a world it is meaningless trying to fit into the world of a game like Monopoly. It is not possible to be there, except in your imagination.

This the reason so many want to know how the world was created and the reason they are there because if this can be explained they can rest assured, they are someone definitive in a real world. In reality, though there is nothing to explain, as there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one and it takes more than one to explain anything.

You cannot become anything else than that which you already is, as that is no different from the formlessness of that which is one and what is formless is endless, so there is no more than that which is you.

Yet it is possible to imagine a world where there seems to be more than one and where everything is defined by time and space so that it appears as if there is more to become and have than the formlessness of that which is one. In this a construction of thoughts, however, it is not possible to fabricate an experience of the enlightenment of that which is one, because it is formless and only what appears to be dimensional can be used in a construction of thoughts.

The enlightenment of that which is one resets all construction of thoughts – or rather the belief that there is someone making them – so that thoughts do not appear to have the power to hide, there is no more than that which is one. But this you do not even experience, because just like that the whole world including angels, astral planes and you as someone definitive is edited out. Hence there is nobody to experience anything – and that is why someone definitive cannot know what the enlightenment of that which is one is.

Awareness hides the formlessness of oneness.

In other words, the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one excludes the enlightenment of that which is one, which on the other hand does not exclude anything, as it takes more than one to do so. For the same reason, a world where there seems to be more than one is not to be seen in the enlightenment of that which is one, neither is anything else.

Even though the enlightenment of that which is one undoes the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, it is still possible to return to a world fabricated by such a belief – just like, in the context of such a world, you return to it after having had a nap. This is not to be understood as the enlightenment of that which is one can be compared to falling asleep. It may ´happen´ in a deep sleep, as Buddha supposedly has said. For Alexius, however, the visual aspect of it occurred after a long night of intensive taxi driving, when he was very young.

Most likely he was too tired to remember what and where he was, so there was nobody to fight the destruction of the world and the appearance of him as someone definitive there, neither nobody to follow the flow into that which is one. See the article I am the destroyer of worlds.

To forget what and where you are is not about stopping thoughts, as that will enhance the belief in being someone definitive. It is rather about not believing thoughts to be yours because when there is nothing to define you as someone definitive there is nobody to follow the flow into the formlessness of that which is one.

This is how it got to be because you have never been someone definitive. That which is you is the formlessness of oneness, and as formlessness is endless there is nothing else.

The concept of sharing is very important for those believing to be someone definitive, as it requires more than one to share something and therefore confirms the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from Ello.

APPENDIX:
The special self (read more about that here) is very pleased, that to send love and healing is so popular, because it thrives on separation, and by sending something to somebody else you enhance the belief, that you are a separated being in a world where there seems to be more than one. In other words, by using your energy to share something with somebody perceived to be different from you, you are enhancing the belief in separation.

Those sending love and whatnot, because they think they have something that somebody else do not have, consider themselves to be full of compassion. But all what they are full of is fear, and what they give is suffering, because they enhance separation, which is the cause of it.

But if you use the same energy as a means to take-off to the empty breath**, the need for sharing fades out, because the empty breath slowly but surely undoes the belief in separation. The more it is undone, the less you perceive the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one to make a difference. Until there does not appear to be a single difference to hide there is no more than the formlessness oneness

Whatever that you are aware of is an illusion, because it requires more than one to be conscious of something (in the process of being updated)

A photo can give you a sense of a specific place or the people in it, but in no photo can you a sense of the empty breath, because it is not substantial. Besides only an ´I´ can sense something and in the connectedness with the empty breath, there is no ´I´, since it is a state of not-knowing. In other words, nothing has been connected and nothing needs to be connected, since that which is one is formless and therefore endless, so there never was and never will be more than that which is one. Hence it is only as long as you believe, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, that connectedness with the empty breath seems relevant. PART 1:
As it requires more than one to experience something and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless, everything experienced is an illusion. Read more about this in the articles All experiences are equally unreal and Nothing that can be seen exist.

And though connecting with the empty breath may seem as if you finally have found something authentic, the experience of it is just as imaginary as any other experience, because it requires more than one to experience anything and there is no more than that which is one.

Yet this imagination of the empty breath, which is deeply rooted in an archetypical image of a never-ending rhythmic flow, slowly but surely undoes the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

The connectedness with the empty breath does not only undo the belief in being someone. It also makes sure that having this belief is unproblematic. Not in the sense that you are not troubled by anything, but in the sense that you are indifferent to it. Thus there is nothing to define you and therefore no ´I´ with a need to survive as someone specific.

A state of not-knowing, which is the result if the empty breath is also the outcome of all the other duality hacks (see the main ones in Duality Hacks and more in Extra Duality Hacks. If it the same state of not-knowing for all of them is not to know, as there is no consciousness of being there.

But as it takes more than one to be in any kind of state, it is just as illusionary as anything else in a world where there seems to be more than one. Hence the illusion of the duality hacks is only needed until there is no awareness of being someone who is somewhere.

If you feel confused by this article, do not try to get a grip on it (read more about that in the hack No understanding = Enlightenment in Extra Duality Hacks). Instead go with the chaos, until you cannot make ends meet into being someone definitive and feel as if you are about to explode, which in a sense also is what happens, when the build-up tensions ignite a take-off to the empty breath, since it is a state of not-knowing, so you are not bound up with what you believed to be any more.

Though Alexius lives on a Spanish-speaking island his Spanish is not very good, so he hardly understands a word when many people talk together. Most prefer to think, they can steer the direction of their life, as it pleases them. It may also seem so, when looking at it in retrospect, but that is only so, because selected memories are compiled into an image of you as someone in control of its own life.

You are not directing your life, neither is a higher power or anybody else, because what is believed to be you is exactly that, namely make-believe.

Whether they talk about something so-called spiritual or mundane, it is always about emphasising themselves as someone unique who is and/or has more than others. It is not that Alexius does not have fun appearing to be someone definitive, but for him, it is not real – just like when playing a video game, no matter what and where he seems to be there, it is an illusion and just something he pretends to be is real.*

Alexius has never felt the need to be approved as someone definitive through the acknowledgement, that comes from having an education, many friends, a soulmate or anything else in a world where there seems to be more than one, as although he appears to be in such a world, he does not consider himself to be there – just like within the context of such a world, he does not believe to be in a game he is playing there, although he may have much fun pretending that he is.* Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Thus he never has had the need to be rich, famous, wise or powerful to prove he is somebody special. Nevertheless, in the eyes of the world, he has been very successful, as in his younger days he was often showcased in magazines and TV as someone special (see the personal intro to the enlightened non-teacher).

You cannot be in the lead, if you want to follow the empty breath. This, however, does not mean that you cannot be a leader in a world where there seems to be more than one, because a good leader knows how to follow.

But he cannot take the credit for this. Everything happened through the guidance of the empty breath. Not in the sense that it guided him to success – it sees no difference between success and failure – but in the sense that the empty breath, just like water, fills whatever hole it passes on its way. So if success seems to be what is beneficial for you on the journey without distance to that which is one, that is what you get. Read more about this here.

Success does not seem to be what writing Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings is about, nor does it seems to be about getting or giving something. And even though he may write, that they point to that which is one, it is not really so, because it is not possible to point to oneness, since it takes more than one to do so.

Neither is there any point in pointing to it. You already are there. Where else can you be? There is nothing else than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

That is what Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are about, namely to expose that there is no more than that which is one and that you, therefore, are hallucinating when experiencing something.

That is the way he is guided to explain it. Yet it is not due to this logic, he is founded in the knowledge that there is no more than that which is one. It is because every time he steps aside** to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, there is no more than that which is one. Not in the sense that he does not see anything else, but in the sense that he sees nothing at all, so there is not something to define him as someone and therefore nothing to hide, there never was and never will be more than that which is one.

The nature of ´the empty breath´ (in the process of being updated)

The empty breath is your best friend. This may not always be your experience though, because it is of no help in regards to the appearance of your body, neither the world that appears to be around you. Yet it helps you to see everything through its eyes of indifference so you will feel good no matter the condition of your appearance and its apparent surroundings. Metaphorically speaking the empty breath is a life jacket, you got from that which is one when you left it to search for more than one. Well, it is not actually possible to leave it, as there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. Yet it seems possible imagining to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

When connected with the empty breath, what you seem to receive from the world is always the same, because you receive what you give and you give what you have, namely the indifference of the empty breath.

This life jacket – the empty breath – loves you unconditionally. Thus it is not bothered by how you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. It does not even see the world you believe to see, neither what you believe to be, because that is a fantasy made from out of nothing – and as the empty breath is nothing as well, it sees nothing but what you and the world are made from.

To see nothing is to love that which is you unconditionally. Thus the empty breath does not need your love. But as long as you believe to be someone definitive, you need to love it to feel unconditionally loved.

Feeling the connectedness with the empty breath, you probably forget to check the lottery. And when you finally remember, you smile regardless you won or not, because when you are in the flow of the empty breath, you become indifferent to a world where there seems to be more than one and its apparent expectations of you becoming and getting more.

When you are connected with the inner breath, you probably forget to check, if you did win a prize in lottery, and when you remember to check it, you smile whether you did win or not, because being connected with the inner breath, you always feel like a winner. The empty breath does not know how to heal your hay fever or anything else caused by the belief in being someone definitive. But it knows how to heal this belief. And due to the relaxation, that comes from the process of having it healed, you may intuitively explore new ways bringing about the healing of your hay fever as well. The empty breath does not heal the body, but the belief that you are in it
The guidance of the empty breath is not about how to achieve more health, money, success, love or something else, but how to see what you appear to be and have is nothing.

Being connected with the empty breath, every experience of something is perceived to be nothing. This does not mean though, that you do nothing about a broken leg, for example. But as the leg is perceived to be nothing, and so is what you do about it, you do not worry if something will be accomplished. Thus doing something about it becomes effortless.

To be loved is a need that comes from belief in separation. But as you do not perceive differences to make a difference, when relying on the indifference of the empty breath, being loved or not does not make a difference. 

If you want to uphold your appearance as someone tangible, although this appearance is 99% empty space and 1% energy according to science, my non teachings about the inner breath is not for you. It is not helping you become better or transform anything, but to undo the belief in being someone definitive. The animation is grabbed from the web.

If you want to uphold your appearance as someone tangible, although this appearance is nothing but empty space according to science, Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings about the empty breath is not for you. They will not help you to become better or transform you into someone who is part of something bigger. On the contrary, they will undo the belief that it is possible to be someone at all so that there is not someone definitive appearing to hide the formlessness of that which is you. The empty breath is not changing or transforming anything. Such concepts are based on the perception of separation, which is unknown to the empty breath. It knows of nothing but indifference to the apparent different appearances in the world where you believe to be, as it does not see something but nothing there.

Those advocating ´living in the now´ try to replicate the traits of the empty breath. But not by being indifferent to the world of separation fabricated by the brain, but by enhancing the belief in separation through the exclusion of the past and the future, so they can experience something they believe to be now, although all experience is a fabrication of the past executed by the brain. The indifference of the empty breath results in all being the same – not in the sense though that positive and negative, for example, is experienced to be the same, but that their apparent difference makes no difference. Thus it makes no difference, whether you think positive or negative, feel cherished or rejected, try to make the world better or not, search for higher consciousness or not, are living in the now or whatnot.

When connected with the empty breath you cannot perceive yourself as someone definitive. That is why there is nobody to help or attack you.

This detachment, however, that is a natural trait of the empty breath, cannot be replicated by being an observer or anything else as that implies you believe to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, and detachment is indifferent to this or any other belief.

The function of the empty breath is not to improve your apparent condition or the conditions experienced to surround you, as that is just a replacement of one illusion with another. Its function is to facilitate the undoing of the belief, that there is more than that which is one, so this belief does not appear to hide there is no more than that which is one.

To transform or in any other way change what what you appear to makes no difference because all appearances are nothing but a construction of thoughts. Therefore my non teachings are not concerned about what you think or how much you think, but that you belief that you are thinking. When that belief is undone, thoughts do not seem to have any power anymore.

Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are not concerned with what you appear to think or how much you seem to think, but that you believe to be thinking. When this belief is undone, thoughts do not seem to have the power to manifest neither enjoyable or horrible things. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

To connect with the empty breath, you do not need to stop anything but the belief that there is anything
You may have noticed, that in the articles about the empty breath you are not promised to be transformed, transcended or in any other way be changed. This is because changing or transforming something in a world where there seems to be more than one is just a replacement of one illusion with another.

This can be compared to the world on a computer screen. No matter how it is changed, everything is the same, because there is nothing on the screen. Everything is on a hard disk and yet there is nothing there but zeros and ones. It is not before the zeros and ones have been processed by an app into what appears to be on the screen, that the nothingness of the hard disk seems to be a tangible world, where it seems changes can be made.

Thus the empty breath, which in this context just like what and where you believe to be is unprocessed zeros and ones, has no interest in stopping anything on the screen or to make you think more positive about it. Whatever is on the display or what you think about it makes no difference.*

If something seems to trouble you, use the frustration to ignite a take-off to the empty breath, so that whatever you think or feel does not appear to make a difference. See Take-offs to ´the empty breath´.

So nothing needs to be changed, and thoughts need not be stopped. The only problem is the belief, that what you are conscious about is real. And that is the concern of the empty breath, namely to undo the belief in you being someone with a consciousness. The inner breath has nothing to do with what you eat, how you dress or if walk or sit. Neither has it anything to do with meditation but to being a medium of it. In other words, it is given to you when you are not be someone specific but nobody.

Connecting with the empty breath has nothing to do with what you eat, how you dress or what you think. Neither has it anything to do with meditation except in the sense of being a medium, which you are when willing not to be special but be a servant of nothing. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Taking deep breaths or in any other way manipulating the breath is not beneficial in regards to connecting with the empty breath, because doing so enhances the belief in being someone definitive.

The same applies to being centred, balanced, focused or being anything else, as it is the willingness to not be anything at all, that ignites a take-off to the empty breath.

This willingness, however, does not come from forcing the body into special yoga postures, neither by controlling the mind, but by thrusting its uncontrolled flow to ignite a take-off to the empty breath, regardless you walk, sit, talk and whatnot. See Take-offs to ´the empty breath´.

To make long short, the empty breath does not know, that you assign special meaning to the emptiness of thoughts so that they appear to manifest you as someone definitive in a tangible world that is experienced to be made of physical elements instead of emptiness.

Being connected with the empty breath you are indifferent to the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one – just like you are indifferent to the experienced differences in the world of a movie or a video game, as you know it is all make-believe.

All that the empty breath knows is that there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one. Thus all that it wants is to breathe nothing but emptiness into what you believe to be, so that there does not seem to be someone hiding there never was or will be more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.


*) This should not be understood, as you should not consult a qualified health care professional in order to change your bodily condition to the better, as long as you appear to be someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.


Being indifferent does not mean that you do not feel happy or sad. The apparent difference just does not make a difference. The animation is grabbed from the web.

Being indifferent does not mean, that there are no feelings. There may appear to be many feelings, for example, happiness and sadness. Yet the apparent difference between them does not make a difference when applying one or more of the duality hacks. The animation is grabbed from the web.

NOTE ABOUT INDIFFERENCE:
Being indifferent does not mean, that you do not feel the apparent difference between for example love and hate, but because there is no need to be acknowledged as someone definitive when connected with the empty breath, you do not consider one of them to be better than the other. In other words, it makes no difference two you which feeling you explore.

This indifference is also ignited by pretending to be someone definitive instead of believing to be it, and from perceiving everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one, because when every appearance is a symbol of the same, the apparent differences in the world makes no difference.

Every thought or feeling is a reminder, that the appearance of something cannot cause you to suffer, if the thoughts and feelings about it is not shared or justified with the world*, but used to ignite a take-off to the empty breath, as in the company of its indifference there are no thoughts and feelings to define you as someone definitive and thus nobody to suffer.

As this results in a state of not-knowing, it is not before the connectedness with the empty breath is left, that there is someone to know, not believing to be someone definitive is the end of all suffering.

This is not meant to be understood, as it is not necessary to take care of the body, because even though the empty breath reveals, that appearing to be in it – or anywhere else – is an illusion, it is through the illusion of being there, that you connect with the empty breath.

And you have to connect with it again and again, because the connection cannot last very long, if you want to remain as if you are someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, since the brain falls into coma, if not kept active in a feedback loop with thoughts of you as someone separated from others.

But if you do not want to remain as someone separated from others, you do not mind the brain falling apart, so it no longer can map out empty space, as if it is a world where there seems to be more than one, and therefore not something to hide that such a world is an illusion, since that which is one is formless and therefore endless.

To make long short, regardless you want to remain as someone definitive or not, the state of not-knowing induced by the empty breath is bound to end after 20 minutes, at the most 45, so that the consciousness of being someone definitive can be resumed or totally erased.

No need to worry about having your consciousness totally erased, if you accidentally stay too long in a state of not-knowing. First of all, hardly anybody comes to the point where the brain starts falling apart, and should you reach the point of no return but want to return, fear of survival will set in, which is enough to reboot the brain and bring you back to the experience of being someone definitive.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

What you believe to be and see is fabricated by the brain, so when it runs out of oxygen, there is no more to be and see. Fortunately, this fabrication of you as someone with a beginning and an end is easily bypassed, because it is made from out of nothing. The image is grabbed from the web.

The justification of a feeling* makes it seems to not come from you but somewhere else. Yet it has only been excluded from your awareness. The feeling remains in the body as suppressed energy. To set it free, so it can ignite a take-off to the empty breath, you do not need to know what it is you have suppressed and why.

You just have to acknowledge the state of numbness it entails by totally being that and nothing else, as this does not leave something to define it, wherefore a take-off to the empty breath spontaneously is ignited and the suppressed feeling unveiled as nothing twisted into something special, so that you, who also is nothing, can appear as if you are important.

No worries, if you acknowledge the disappointment as yours instead of projecting it onto the world it can be used to ignite another take-off to the empty breath, so the slate again is wiped clean This applies not only to feeling disappointed but any feeling that is not justified with something, regardless you are aware of what exactly you feel and why. In other words, entirely being what you feel in this moment ignites a take-off to the empty breath.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Even within the illusion of a world where there seems to be more than one, it is, of course, an illusion that your experience of it is based on the info the brain claims to receives from the sensory system. This is just something it makes up to hide that the whole story of such a world is a fabrication done by itself despite what it seems to receive from the sensory organs.

It does not need your eyes to be open to producing vivid images of the world for you to ´see´. Neither does it need you to be awake or sexually stimulated by something in the world outside of you to produce an orgasm. It can make it happen it your dreams.

In other words, it does not matter what info the brain seems to receive from the sensory organs because it is arranged by the brain in the way it sees fit for you to experience. It only claims that your experience is processed from the info coming through your sensory organs so that it can be true to its own story of you being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. This also applies to the experiences you believe to be spiritual. See All experiences are equally unreal.

As this makes it looks like the person it has generated from out of nothing seems to have a conscious experience based on info coming from the sensory system of itself, wherefore what and where you appear to seem to be real.

Not trying to experience anything specific but including everything exactly as it is perceived to bring about a state of not-knowing because without excluding something, there is nothing to define you as someone.

Hence you are therefore in the bliss of not-knowing what and where you are, and this is also where you are when connecting with the empty breath, having glimpses of enlightenment, or applying any other the duality hack except for the enlightenment of that which is one.

If these states of bliss are identical is not to know, because they are all states of not-knowing*, which is an equal mix of empty space and the conscious experience of you as someone definitive, the brain has fabricated from that.

There is nobody in the bliss of not believing to be someone

In a state of not-knowing, there is not enough consciousness to be aware of yourself as someone definitive separated from what you experience to a world outside of you. In this mix, there is not enough consciousness to perceive the apparent differences in the world to make a difference, so you are indifferent to the belief in being someone definitive. Yet there is enough consciousness to cover that the world is nothing but empty space, so you still appear to be there, though in a more abstract way than when being fully conscious.

A state of not-knowing* lasts as long as you do not try to regain full consciousness (see Where to find the bliss of ´the empty breath´), but not more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, at a time if you want to remain as if you are someone living in a capsule of time and space.

The enlightenment of that which is one though is not a state of not-knowing, since it totally erases the memory of ever having appeared to be someone definitive (see hack #5-7.2 Inner senses, enlightenment and glimpses of it), and without just a bit of that, there is nobody left to be in any kind of state.

Measured in linear time, the enlightenment of that which is one probably just last a few minutes. We are so conditioned to believe, we are somebody definitive in a world defined by time and space, that the fear of annihilation takes over and we compulsively imagine to see something so that we again appear to be somebody in a world defined by time and space.

This also applies to Buddha and Jesus or anybody else who has bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, because it only takes one to undo the belief in not being one, and there still appear to a world where there seems to be more than one, so everyone has used fear as a way to reboot as somebody definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

The inner breath has nothing to do with what you eat, how you dress or if walk or sit. Neither has it anything to do with meditation but to being a medium of it. In other words, it is given to you when you are not be someone specific but nobody.

Connecting with the empty breath has nothing to do with what you eat, how you dress, or what you think. Neither has it anything to do with meditation except in the sense of being a medium, which you are when willing not to be special but be a servant of nothing. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Taking deep breaths or in any other way manipulating the breath is not beneficial in regards to connecting with the empty breath, because doing so enhances the belief in being someone definitive.

The same applies to be centred, balanced, focused or being anything else, as it is the willingness to not be anything at all, that ignites a take-off to the empty breath.

This willingness, however, does not come from forcing the body into special yoga postures, neither by controlling the mind, but by thrusting its uncontrolled flow to ignite a take-off to the empty breath, regardless you walk, sit, talk and whatnot. See Take-offs to ´the empty breath´.

Your speedy thoughts shoot off again and again, and several at a time, to ignite a take-off to the empty breath, but you use the concept of time and space to stop them from becoming boundless, so you can remain in the illusion of being someone definitive.

The more you hold back, the more it feels like you are about to collapse. To prevent that, you go on limiting yourself until you feel so constrained that you burst of anger or stop giving a shit about holding yourself together and uncontrolled energy of the suppressed feelings, therefore, ignites a take-off to the empty breath. This, however, does not cause you to escape your cage but the belief that you there.

Where to find the bliss of ´the empty breath´ (in the process of being updated)

The bliss of the empty breath may be felt like an intangible yin-yang sign

When you do not believe to be made of substantial elements – whether appearing to be subtle or solid – empty space takes over.* This can of course not be illustrated, so this yin-yang illustration is just simulating the swing of the empty breath coming out of it. Since the bliss of nothingness, that sets in when connecting with the empty breath, is a state of not-knowing, it is not possible to connect with it when in the consciousness of being someone definitive. Thus the connection must be established before the brain based on signals, it claims to receive from the sensory system, renders a world defined by time and space, as if it is you who have a conscious experience of it, therefore, are someone in it.

Science states, the world we seem to feel and see consist of 99.9999999 per cent empty space. And the rest – despite it also is empty space and just like a dream has nothing substantial in it – is what we perceive to be elements of matter making up a world defined by time and space.

Thus appearing to be someone definitive is make-believe, no matter what and where you appear to be.

On account of this taking one second for the brain to accomplish, there are countless of seconds where a connection with the empty breath can be established (see how in the articles Take-offs to ´the empty breath´, and How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´ ), because in those seconds unprocessed by the brain, there is nothing to define you and therefore no consciousness of being someone definitive, so there is no difference between the nothingness of you and that of the empty breath.

Believing to coming from the heart is a way to bypass the brain, so that you appear to be more special and/or spiritual than the basic self it preserves. But it is just like painting your hair. It still comes from the head.

This has nothing to do with coming from the heart, which is just something you imagine to make you feel more special and to feel closer to your pure your essence instead of being somebody insignificant. But you have no pure essence. You are nothing. Thus being insignificant is closer to that which is you, because when you are nothing, something does not appear to hide, there are no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless

How to connect with the bliss of the empty breath

You connect with the empty breath by not connecting with the consciousness of you as someone definitive experiencing the tangible world, that the brain spends a second to fabricate from what the senses seem to have picked up in empty space. You can compare this to not turning on a video game, because you rather want to experience the physical world – except that connecting with the empty breath is not a conscious experience but a state of not-knowing, and you have less than a second to connect with that instead of the image the brain fabricate as if you are someone definitive. This is plenty of time though, provided you are willing to not be conscious of something but be a servant of nothing. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As the empty breath sees no separation, it has no need to connect with you, no matter what and where you believe to be. You, on the other hand, need to connect with it, if you want to be indifferent to the belief in the brains conversion of empty space into a world where you seem to be someone separated from everything else by time and space. Forget about being conscious of the empty breath, as what you are conscious about is never the present but the past.

Having connected with the empty breath in the second that has not yet been processed by the brain and hereafter not picking up on the brains deceptive fabrication of you as someone living in a capsule of time and space, the second unprocessed by the brain is extended into a state of not-knowing.

This state though cannot last more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, at a time if you want to remain as if you are someone definitive, because if the brain is not constantly occupied with thoughts, that seems to confirm the conscious experience of you as someone definitive, it falls into a coma.

So being in a state of not-knowing for more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, is the end of being there or anywhere else, because the signals that appear to come from empty space are no longer registered by the brain, wherefore there is neither nothing or something that seems to cover up, there never was or will be anything else than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore has no beginning or end.

the bliss of the empty breath that undoes the belief in being someone definitive

Is it the bliss of the empty breath that undoes the belief in being someone definitive, or is the undoing of this belief that causes the bliss of the empty breath? Since that question arises from the belief in being someone definitive, which is an illusion fabricated by the brain, there is no answer to it, neither to who has fabricated this illusion or who choose to have the belief in it undone. In fact, there is no answer to anything at all, as all questions are constructed from out of nothing. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

How not to be deceived by the brains fabrication of you as someone definitive in a world defined by time and space but instead drift in the bliss of not-knowing is a question that cannot be answered, since it is founded on the belief that you are someone definitive, and the bliss of not-knowing comes from the indifference to that belief.

Neither can it be known, if it is the empty breath or not believing to be someone definitive that comes first in regards to be in the transparency of not-knowing. The only reason somebody wants to know this – or anything else in regards to a state of not-knowing – is that they believe to be defined by what they know, and they rather remain as somebody definitive than nobody in the bliss of not-knowing.

Thus the above about where to find the transparent bliss, that the empty breath entails, is not an attempt to answer the question but to rule it out. The same applies to the below, which is a further exploration of the above.

what you see is a translation produced by the brain


It takes time for the brain to correct the signals, it receives from the eyes about a flower, for example, so that it does not appear to be upside down but a coherent right-side-up image in the way you expect to see a flower. In other words, what you experience to see now is an edit version of the past. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

It takes time for the brain to adopt the signals it seems to receive from your eyes, so they appear to be something substantial in the tangible world, we collectively have agreed to see outside of us. All the signals, for example, must to be flipped in order to produce an image of a world that does not appear to be upside down. Read more about that here.

This is not a skill, we are born with. The brain in a baby does not know how to do that. But in order to integrate the baby in the belief system of the world, the brain must quickly learn how to turn the incoming signals into a coherent right-side-up image, so it seems the baby is having the same experience of the world as everybody else.

now is an illusion fabricated by the brain

You do not know what you are reading in this very moment, because what you believe to read now is the brains delayed adaption of the signals, it received from your eyes one second ago. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Where to enter the transparent bliss of the empty breath?
Even though it only takes the brain a few milliseconds to register the signals, it receives from the eyes in this very moment, what you are conscious about right now is something else, because the brain needs a second more to process a conscious experience of those signals, so that you believe they are what you experience to see now.

The brain extrapolate the second it uses to process the signals, it claims to receive from the senses, into an experience that seems to confirm, you are someone definitive experiencing them now not one second ago.

In other words, since your conscious experience of now is a delayed interpretation of the signals the eyes received one second ago, what you believe to read now was read in the past.

When not organising thoughts and feelings into specific categories, they do not seem to represent something in a substantial world. Hence there is nothing to block out the empty breath, that does not know of such a world or that you believe to be someone there. All it knows is the nothingness from which this fantasy has been made, because it is that nothingness.

now is a delayed interpretation of the past

The data, that your experience of this image is based on, the brain received from your eyes at least one second ago. In other words, your experience of now is a delayed interpretation of the past fabricated by the brain in order to fool you into believing, that you are someone definitive having your own life. Yet you have nothing of on your own because what you believe to be is a product of the brain made from out of nothing. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As this means you are never conscious of the present but the past, and as the empty breath is only in the present, the way to connect with it is to not be conscious but return to the second of no consciousness (see how in the articles Take-offs to ´the empty breath´ and How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´ ), where the signals from the sensory organs have not been processed by the brain into a conscious experience of you as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Since there is nobody in this second unprocessed by the brain, there is not somebody to believe, that the apparently different signals received via the sensory system are making a difference. Thus the brains interpretation of them, as if they are a reflection of different substantial elements making up a world where there seems to be more than one is exposed to be a fiction, that hides they are a reflection of nothing and not of something, wherefore there is no differences that appear to separate you from the empty breath.

The experience of a dimensional world is a fabrication of the brain, which it produces by overlaying the flat signals hitting the two eyes into one seamless image of a 3D world. See hack #2.3 Life is flat or hack #2.5 Size does not matter.

what you believe to be is the brain

The brain uses five per cent of its capacity to construct a self, that through selected parts of the signals hitting the sensory organs in combinations with singled out memories, feelings and imaginations make up an exciting story about itself, that is stored all over inside the brain as if it is you. How long time does connectedness with the empty breath lasts?
It is just five per cent of the brain, that is used to shape the conscious experience of ourselves as somebody defined by time and space. Much more space though is needed to establish this experience as real. Thus a big part of the brain is constantly occupied with thoughts about ourselves as if they are caused by a tangible world experienced to revolve around us and therefore seem to confirm, that we are somebody definitive. See also ´The empty breath´ and the bliss of not believing to be someone.

If not kept busy by making it appear, as if there is something where there is nothing, the brain falls into coma, so you can only remain as if you are someone in the tangible world fabricated by it, if you do not float too long in the transparent bliss of a state of not-knowing, that the empty breath entails.

It seems, that when the brain is not kept busy with thoughts, we appear to think ourselves about ourselves (see No talking is needed to come back to that which is one and The ins and outs of the inner senses) for 20 minutes, 45 at the most, it falls apart – and since all our selected memories are stored there and the sum of them is what we believe to be, this belief falls apart as well.

When you look for something better, a state of not-knowing is fenced off, until you are so fed up with looking for the best, that the almost involuntary reflex to divide the world into better and worse is dismissed in favour for the indifference of the empty breath. Thus connecting with the empty breath is not a matter of doing it right but having had enough.

Thus a state of not-knowing cannot last too long at a time. That is not a problem though, because mostly it lasts no longer than the moment it takes for the uncontrolled speed of thoughts and emotions to ignite it (see Take-offs to ´the empty breath´ and How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´ ).

In the bliss of the empty breath you are indifferent to being and having more

The urge to be and have more is the cause of all suffering because more wants more, so there will never be enough. That is not a problem though, when connected with the empty breath, because it is indifferent to differences, so you always have enough. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Even in a state of not-knowing the urge to be someone special may be so deep-rooted, that it paves the way for the brain – perhaps just for a second – to break through with its version of you as someone, who can be and have something special, if agreeing to identify selected sensory signals to be better than others, for example those that seem to manifest you in a special relation with a spouse, children of yours, pets or bodily wellness.

As nothing appears to make a difference in a state of not-knowing, there is no special place to go or someone special to love, so if having a need for something special, it feels as being inside an unbreakable armour of pain instead of floating in the bliss of nothingness.

If not trying to escape this feeling of claustrophobia but including it as it is, it is not definable as something and thus nothing but that from where bliss of nothingness is coming.

Compared to this vision of you as someone special in control of what to be and have, the simple bliss of nothingness seems boring, because there is nobody to be excited about being and having something special.

Love, empathy and whatnot are feelings fabricated by the brain, so that the experience of you as someone definitive, seems to be a happy one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When you succeed in having sex with somebody, the brain rewards you by releasing dopamine, which is the same it releases if you take drugs. And if the relation goes on it is not about love but to follow the demands of the brain, so it will release a new shot of dopamine.

Like everything else this has an end. But if you start showing more empathy in your relation, the brain is gonna reward you with shots of oxytocin – also called ´the hugging hormone´ – that instantly creates a feeling of happiness. And if you go along with the instructions of the brain, you will soon have a baby to cuddle.

Thus a state of not-knowing is left behind by imagining to be so special, that someone else, who also is special, is impressed and wants to be in a special relationship with you, so what you seem to have together can replace the feeling of loneliness, that arises from judging someone or something to be special.

That is, until you are so weary from living up to the expectations of being someone special, that you prefer to use your frustration as a take-off to the empty breath (see how in the articles Take-offs to ´the empty breath´ and How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´ ), and float in the bliss of nothingness, that arises from being indifferent to the desire of being and having something special.

The bliss of the empty breath is a state of not-knowing, that is all-inclusive

If you try to exclude the desire for something special in order to remain in a state of not-knowing, you are already out of it, because being in a state of not-knowing is all-inclusive, contrary to being someone definitive, that is exclusive. So if not excluding but including your desire, you are still nobody in the bliss of not-knowing, and thus in its guidance of everything included.

In this case you used hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is pure bliss. But you could also have continued by using a hack to connect with the empty breath by using the restless energy of your desire to ignite a take-off to the empty breath (see How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´ ), as all the duality hacks are interchangeable.

Even though Alexius mostly was in a state of not-knowing, when he for two days was stuck in the rainforest without food and water, it was the inclusion of his fear, that made it possible for the empty breath to use it in guiding him to a helicopter, that wired him up from there. See the article Every moment is the perfect moment – also for dying in the rainforest.

The bliss of the empty breath has no centre

The flow of the empty breath goes in all directions within its non-definable frame as a circle with no fixed centre. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

So when not insisting that your spouse and whatnot is special, which is done by not excluding but including your desire to be and have something special (see hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is pure bliss), the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one do not make appear to make difference, and you continue in the flow of the empty breath, that helps you dealing with everything included.

The flow of the empty breath goes in all directions – up and down, back and forth, from right to left, or anywhere in between – within its non-definable borders of a circle with no fixed centre or size (see the illustrations in What does ´the empty breath´ feel like?).

It makes no difference to the empty breath though what direction you follow or how much you are connected with it. Your willingness to connect is all that it wants (see the paragraph The only requirement is a willingness in ´The empty breath´ and the bliss of not believing to be someone). And if it is there, it automatically syncs the inner and outer senses, so the sense of stability in the inner ones helps you to get through the sense of instability in the outer ones (see What and where are the inner and outer senses).

You cannot know what is in your own best interest, because you believe to be someone in need of something special. The empty breath, however, knows what you believe to be is not something but nothing. Thus what you need is not the excitement of something but the bliss of nothing.

This does not mean, it will seem easier to get a new spouse, more money and whatnot in the world of the outer senses, but that it is easier seeing, it makes no difference what you appear to be and have, because that which is you is not a limited creature in a capsule of time and space but the formlessness of oneness.

In the bliss of the empty breath you do not know what and where you are

In a state of not-knowing, you do not know what and where you are. No worries. It is not needed. On the contrary. It is the assumption, that you know what and where you are, that covers the bliss of not-knowing it. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

More ways to a state of not-knowing
Inclusiveness also results in a state of not-knowing (see hack #3.3 Inclusiveness is pure bliss), and so does pretending to be someone instead of believing to be that (see hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive), or having glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one (see hack #5-7.2 The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be found in a world where there seems to be more than one, but glimpses of it can), or perceiving everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one (see hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life), or acknowledging that the experience of such a world is something you are having alone together (see hack #8.8 Alone together is the key to that which is one).

All other duality hacks (see More Duality Hacks and Extra Duality Hacks) except the enlightenment of that which is one also result in a state of not-knowing. If they differ from each other is not to say, as the brain does not fabricate a conscious experience of them.

How many triangles are there in this image?
As the brain automatically fill in the missing pieces in this image to make you believe, that you see two triangles, you will probably disagree with the grey triangle being an illusion and the one partly framed by a black stroke being disconnected.

But if you cover the three incomplete black circles, the grey triangle disappears and the other one is fragmentary.

Since it is the brain that decides what we see, hear, feel, smell and taste, we are not free, but something fabricated and controlled by it to believe, we are somebody in a world where there seems to be more than one, and not the formlessness of that which is one.

Hence there is nothing to heal but the sick belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, which is done by connecting with the empty breath in the second before the brain fabricate a conscious experience of us, as if we are somebody in a world where there seems to be more than one.

This does not mean, that the empty breath is the formlessness of that which is one, as it takes more than one to be anything, but that it metaphorically speaking is the door to that which is one, where there is no being, awareness or anything else that requires more than one.

The brain deceives you to fence off the bliss of the empty breath

When the brain every now and then screens out what you see, so you do not get seasick from the movement of your eyes, it fills the gaps based on past memories. But as they most often have been heavily edited, the story fabricated by the brain to fill in the gaps may clash with the story of the present, so that the discrepancy makes you feel, that something is wrong in you or the world. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

You are literally blind at least two hours a day
You are probably not aware, that every now and then throughout the day you are literally blind, because the brain screens out what you see, so you do not get seasick from the eyes are moving around. The reason you do not notice being blind two hours a day is that the brain hides it by filling the gaps with visual impressions of what it predicts to happen.

Not you but the brain is in charge
In the first episodes of a new TV show there are hints pointing to the forthcoming ones, and as the brain thrives from envisaging what is going to happen next, it is trapped into anticipating the future of the characters and thus enchanted by its own predictions into a state of amusement.

The writers of Game of Thrones try to hook you up and fence of the bliss of the empty breath

The writers of ´Game of Thrones´ want us to bond emotionally with the characters, so that we feel attracted to them, as if they are real and not just a fantasy. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

But the future of the characters does not turn out as predicted by the brain, because the writers of the show do not comply with their own hints, when writing the next episodes. Thus the fate of the characters becomes a mystery, that the brain hopes to unravel in the following episodes, wherefore it compels you to stick with the show until the very end. In other words, it is not you but the brain that is in charge.

But as the predictions fabricated by the brain to fill the gaps of blindness basically are a remix of memories, that have been adjusted every time recalled in order to boost the story of you as the good one fighting the bad ones, it may not match the story others have of the same moments.

In case the brain does not receive enough data from the eyes to produce the image you expect to see, it draws on your past experiences to fabricate what it predicts that you want to see.

Consequently, you conclude, something is wrong in your story or in that of others, wherefore you start trying to correct what is judged to be wrong.

Most likely you do not read this article, but what your brain predicts you want to read.

There is nobody in the bliss of the empty breath

There is nobody to find in the story of your life as someone definitive because it is pure fiction. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The more you seem to be successful in this, the more you believe, that the story can be shaped in such a way, that it comes out with a better version of you. Yet no matter how it is changed, the story remains a fantasy, and so is the idea that it has an author.

Just like within the context of a world where there seems to be more than one, a dream does not have an author or anything in it, neither the dreamer, nor it is in the dreamer or anywhere else. It is a deception made to look as if nothing is something.

The world is not something we see but a construction of thoughts arranged by the brain in accordance with its translation of the signals it seems to receive from the eyes. The same applies to what we believe to hear, feel, smell and taste. More about this in the article All experiences are equally unreal.

Fortunately the brain is not capable of translating the empty breath, so when connected with that and thus in its indifference, we are not deceived by the construction of thoughts produced by the brain to make us believe we are somebody limited by time and space.

In the bliss of the empty breath the belief in duality is undone

In a state of not-knowing it is not possible for the brain to establish the usual consciousness of you as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. This does not mean, however, that the consciousness of you as someone definitive is replaced by something better or higher but by no consciousness at all. Thus there is nobody to be conscious about the bliss that comes from not believing to be someone. That is why it is like air walking in air. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

There is no awareness of differences in a state of not-knowing
In a state of not-knowing you are blind in the sense, that there is no conscious experience of you as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Thankfully this is resolved by the empty breath and not the brain, which records the signals it assumes to receive from senses like it always does, but as the connectedness with the empty breath fences off the fabrication of a conscious experience of them, there is no awareness of how the brain categorise the different signals in contrasts of for example good or bad, right or wrong, love or hate, within and without and so on.

Though a world where there seems to be more than one is seen in the usual way when in a state of not-knowing, its apparent differences are not believed to make a difference. Thus there is no experience of being someone definitive and therefore nobody to be happy, sad or anything else.

This does not mean that there are no feelings. but that nobody relate them to them as if they make a difference.

Consequently, the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one, therefore, cannot be judged to make a difference, wherefore there is nothing special to love or hate and thus nothing specific to worry about.

The bliss of the empty breath is the bliss of nothing

When the body, that you appear to be living in, again and again drops something, you could be defined to be clumsy. If you believe this and feel guilty about it, you may want to change it.

But as every effort to improve yourself is based on the belief, that there is something wrong with you, your efforts are not changing this belief but enhancing it. This, however, you secretly accept, because even though you do not like to be defined as clumsy, it is preferable to not being defined, as that means you are nobody.

Yet being nobody, there is not somebody to be clumsy or something else. There is just emptiness, and that is pure bliss.

The bliss of the empty breath is not the end station

A state of not-knowing is not the end station, but a way to see that there is no end and that everything appearing to have an end is an illusion, as there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

There is no more than that which is one
Be aware, that the connectedness with the empty breath is not similar to being connected with that which is one, since the latter is not possible, as it takes more than one to be connected with something.

The connectedness with the indifference of the empty breath is simply a way to overlook the apparent differences fabricated by the brain so that they are not judged to make a difference, and a world where there seems to be more than one, therefore, does not appear to establish the belief in separation.

Going with the flow of the empty breath is just as easy as going with the flow of sex. The latter though does not result in the undoing of the belief, that you are someone definitive, unless the orgasm is used to ignite a take-off to the empty breaththe empty breath<//i>. In the sense that no thinking is needed, following the flow of the empty breath is no different from following the flow of the genitals. The result of the latter though is the enhancement of the belief in being someone definitive instead of undoing it.

This is not to say though, that sex should be avoided (see Holding back to not ejaculate is just another physical manifestation – but without the physical thrill of it), because the exclusion of sex or anything else adds to the definition of you as someone definitive. In orgasm, however, can be used to ignite a take-off to the empty breath. That is, if you do not hold back, but are nothing else than the orgasm.

But despite the connectedness with the indifference of the empty breath, therefore, undoes the belief in separation, it is also enhancing it, because it requires more than one to connect with something.

The problems, you seem to have, do not come from the world where you believe to be, but from the belief that you are someone there. Hence the solution to all problems is the same, namely the undoing of that belief.

The same applies to let go of the connectedness with the empty breath or whatnot, so to not enhance the belief in separation but having it undone, you do not choose to connect with the empty breath or something at all, which means you are connected with nothing and thus in the flow of the empty breath.

When Alexius many years ago was hired to teach graphic design in an advertising school in Denmark, he had a problem. Even though he had been designing magazines, websites, flyers and ads for companies big and small, he did not know how to do it. Everything he had done as a medium for the project he was hired to design so it would communicate the content of it.

So to provide the students with guidelines of how to design, he wrote two books with basic rules of how to do it, which he deducted from his intuitive way of designing. He also wrote a book on colour theory, by the way.

If not in the bliss of not believing to be someone, you are speculative

How to explain the empty breath?
In regards to passing on guidelines of how to connect with the empty breath and drift in its bliss of indifference to the belief in being someone definitive, he is in the same situation, as when he was involved in teaching how to design. He had no professional training in design to refer to. Likewise, he has no second-hand knowledge, he can use to explain how to connect with the empty breath.

Neither does he know how to explain, that what and where we experience to be is an artificial construct, designed by the brain to control and manipulate us into believing, that this experience is real and not a fabrication the brain has made from out of nothing.

But since he is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, he does not believe he is someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, nor does he believe to be someone in that which is one. On the contrary, he is nothing because it takes more than one to be someone, and there is no more than oneness since it is formless and therefore endless. In other words, what and where we appear to be is a fantasy made from out of nothing and experienced by nothing.

In this fantasy, however, he knows how to annul it and be in the state of not-knowing that the empty breath, like the other duality hacks, entails. In such a state, he was guided to watch a movie (You Disappear), which quoted the latest scientific explorations about the brain, which may be helpful in realising that everything which appears to be something is nothing.

Consciousness is a construction of thoughts comparable to the ones and zeros in a stream of binary code.

The fabrication of something from out of nothing
The short version of these discoveries is that the brain uses five per cent of its capacity to construct an image of a self, that is aware of being someone definitive through the experiences another small part of the brain continuously fabricate of a tangible world as if it is outside of the self and it is the self that has these experiences, which therefore seems to confirm the self to be someone substantial in a tangible world. Especially because this world is experienced to cause its thoughts and feelings.

These experiences of an external world the brain claim to process from the frequencies it receives via the senses, but this explanation, just like the experiences it fabricates, is a smokescreen to cover up, that it is all made up from nothing. That is why it does not differentiate between imagination and reality and uses the same organ to deal with both. A flower, therefore, is just as unreal as a plastic simulation of it.

Being in the bliss of not believing to be someone is to be empty

Science states, the world that we seem to feel and see consist of 99.9999999 per cent empty space. And the rest, despite it also is empty space and just like a dream does not contain anything substantial, is what we perceive as elements of matter making up a world defined by time and space. The experiences interpreted as the most meaningful ones, namely those that seem to define you the most, are stored in the rest of the brain, and as the sum of these memories constitute what you believe to be, you are not just a fabrication of the brain, you are the brain. Every bit of it – not only ten per cent – works to make it appears as if you are someone definitive in a world defined by time and not just a fantasy made from out of nothing.

Whether an experience seems to be direct or coming from the heart, being physical or spiritual, it has taken the brain a second to generate it. Hence what you believe to be experiencing now happened one second ago. Actually, it never happened, because one second ago there was nothing, and it only seems as if you experience something now because you need to believe that to feel you exist.

The rest of the article is not based on the scientific discoveries revealed in the movie (You Disappear), nor on anything else in a world where there seems to be more than one, as to the knowledge of Alexius, nobody else has published anything about the empty breath. The bliss of nothingness
Though science seems to know that the experience of something is made from nothing and therefore is make-believe, they are more interested in exploring something than nothing. It is in the latter, however, that the empty breath resides.

The experiences the brain fabricates of a tangible world only seem to be real if the self that the brain also has created perceives them as something. If not, they are exposed as nothing, and so is the self. To perceive the present experience as nothing, you go back to the empty void from where the brain has used one second to alter nothing into your current experience of something.

As that is where the empty breath resides, it only takes one second to connect with it and be in a state of not-knowing and its the bliss of nothingness.* To go back one minute in linear time, there is nothing specific you need to do or not to do. But you need to be willing to forget what and where you appear to be. Read more about that in the below paragraph The only requirement is a willingness.

If the brain is not kept active in a feedback loop with thoughts of separation for more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, it falls into coma. See also the hack 20 minutes, 45 at most in Extra Duality Hacks.

Not knowing what and where you are is the bliss of not believing to be someone

Since you cannot be somewhere, nor a state of not-knowing,* without having just a little experience of being someone, there is still someone to experience the world made up by the brain a state of not-knowing*. It is, however, not experienced as something but nothing, as the experience of you as someone is so vague that there is not enough consciousness to perceive the apparent different experiences to make a difference. Consequently, there is no separation to hide, that although it seems fun to play along with the fantasy of separation, doing that is nothing compared to the bliss of emptiness.

The world of the outer senses is a tale of something, the brain has made from the abstractness in the world of the inner senses. That is the short version. In the next article What and where are the inner and outer senses, you can read the longer and more nuanced story.

The inner and outer senses
When we are not connected with the empty breath, and therefore not in the blissful state of not-knowing* but either in the happiness of the basic self or the nervousness of special that is always stressing to get better in the world of the outer senses, the empty breath is still with us, provided we have just once connected with it, because it does not know of separation.

But it is only when the connection is mutual that the empty breath can function as an automatic gear change between the outer and inner senses, and make the abstractness in the world of the inner senses the base from where the world of the outer senses is perceived, so it does not appear to consist of something but nothing.

As all experiences are illusionary it includes the experience of the empty breath. But as this illusion unveils the bliss of nothing and there is so much of it that eventually you cannot ask for more, wherefore the belief that it is possible to be an have more than that which is one is undone.

This only makes only sense as long as you believe, that the experience of you as someone definitive in the world of the outer senses is real, because that experience as well as any other – including the connectedness with the empty breath or anything else considered to be spiritual – is a deception made from out of nothing.

Fortunately, the experience of the empty breath exposes this, so that the bliss of not believing to be someone is the last thing, you experience before this belief is undone and therefore does not seem to cover, that there never was or will be more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless.

In the flow of not believing to be someone

Going with the flow of the empty breath you become indifferent to what you get, so if you want something specific, you must disconnect from it and accept the stress, that comes from not being in the flow of nothing. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The synchronisation of the inner and outer senses
To take the edge out of the stress we feel in the world of the outer senses, the empty breath synchs it with the world of the inner ones. Not because this world is more peaceful, but because it is a high-frequency world, so the speedy and restless energy that appears to cause stress in the low-frequency world of the outer senses does not seem stressful at all.

It is not thoughts as such, that prevents us from going with the flow, but the desire to use them to accomplishing something specific.

That being said, you might not want his synchronisation, because although it results in indifference to stress, it may not produce what you stressed to get. That is why most want to avoid the flow of the empty breath and endure the tension the hassle it takes to obtain what they want.

Like a pencil cannot make its scribblings go away but an eraser can, you cannot make your scribblings as someone definitive go away but the empty breath can.

Even though getting what they want does not result in lasting satisfaction, they prefer to carry on searching for something new and better to make them happy and lessen the stress that this entails through meditation, yoga or other techniques making them appear to not be egoistic, though it is all about becoming and having more at the expense of others (see That which is you has no end).

The bliss of not believing to be someone may appear as blurry


The more the connectedness with the empty breath cancels out the contrasts of tangible feelings – for example happiness and sadness – in the world of the outer senses by synchronizing them with the abstractness of the inner senses, the more you are indifferent to the apparent existence of the world experienced with the outer senses, because when you neither feel happy or sad about it does not make sense. This does not mean, that you begin to see the world of the outer senses as in this image, although that is a possibility, but that you begin to perceive its apparent differences to not make a difference. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

When the substantial world of the outer senses is equally synchronised with the abstractness in the world of the inner senses, you are partially somebody and nobody, but not enough somebody to know what and where you are.

Though that means you are in a state of not-knowing, part of you as someone definitive is still kept intact in order for you to be there. Read more about this in the next article What and where are the inner and outer senses.

The same applies to experiencing the world of the inner senses. There must to be someone to experience it. If not, the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one is over, and so there is nothing to hide, there is no more than that which is one.

Going with the flow
Being process and not result minded though, the flow of the empty breath can also set off from what appears to be egoistic motivated. Just like it probably was part of the reflow for Alexius to start writing about the empty breath by following his own idea of emphasising the synchronisation of the outer and inner senses.

Yet going with the flow, the emphasis turned out to be on the bliss of emptiness, that arises from the connectedness with the empty breath and its indifference to the belief in being someone definitive.

No concepts survive the bliss of not believing to be someone

So do not let concepts of right and wrong prevent you from going with the flow. Even within the context of living in a world defined by time and space, most ideas are deceptive.

The ground beneath our feet is spinning at 1.000 miles an hour and the entire planet is hurtling around the sun at 67.000 miles an hour.

You may, for example, experience the sun to go up and down. Yet it only appears so, because you believe to be someone separated from a tangible world experienced to revolve around you. Yet it is not the sun that is going up and down, but what and where you believe to be. See The sun does not go up and down – it is a deception.

Ways to connect with the empty breath
It seems, that while in the flow of writing about the empty breath, ways of explaining how to ignite a take-off to it popped up. For example, by using the energy of the stress arising from the belief in being someone definitive as a take-off. Read more about how to do that in hack #4.4 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing.

Just like everything else sensed, it is invisible and colourless until the brain ascribe it with a specific shape and colour. But as the brain cannot conceive nothingness without falling into coma, the empty breath remains invisible and colourless.

If this is what you want, it is not important whether you read hack #4, Being in a state of not-knowing from beginning to end or just browse it. What is essential is to not focus on anything in particular or spend time on processing it to integrate it.*** It is not about integrating or learning something but to unlearn everything, so you do not contain anything and thus is an empty vessel can be at service for the empty breath.

Only those believing to be special have the need to do things in their own pace.

Ways to not connect with the empty breath
The need to connect with the empty breath in your own pace and to spend time on processing what you have read about it comes from the belief, that what the brain makes you appear to be is real.

In order to support this belief, you or the brain, which basically is the same since what you believe to be is a construction of thoughts, need time to twist Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings into the already established concept of what and where you are (see Where to find the bliss of ´the empty breath´).

The bliss of not believing to be someone does not come from something but nothing

Looking for something you can relate to as your true self in the teachings of a guru or somebody else, you do not look for that which is real, because it is no different from that which is one and it takes more than one to look for something. Since what you believe to be is a fantasy made from out of empty space, it is being undone when you do not relate to something but nothing because then there is no relation and therefore no more than that which is one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

This, however, is not necessary with the spiritual teachings in fashion. It has already been done by those promoting them so that even though spirituality is formless, it seems as if it can be obtained by someone definitive through coming from the heart or something else shaped by time and space.

In such teachings, you may seem to recognise the extraordinary entity, you believe, is your true nature. But whatever you believe to be is nothing, because spirituality is everything, as it is formless and therefore endless.

So do not read about the empty breath with the expectation of finding something to make you or the world better, but to become indifferent to what and where you appear to be.

It is a waste of time reading about the empty breath if you want to become more spiritual or wise, because just like what you believe to be, the empty breath is nothing but empty space (see the article ´The empty breath´ is empty space and so is what you believe to be).

So the less you seem to know something,** the less something appears to hide, what you believe to be is nothing. Hence there is not something to separate you from the empty breath.

Appearances do not matter in the bliss of not believing to be someone

It is not necessary to undo the belief in being someone definitive to connect with the empty breath, but it is essential to be willing to have it undone. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The only requirement is a willingness
Leaving your comfort zone of knowing what and where you are** is not done by fighting or transforming your learned behaviour, but by being willing to undo the belief, that makes it possible to appear as if you are conditioned, namely the belief in being someone definitive.

About willingness see also Willingness to not exclude but include undoes the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one.

This willingness most often comes from admitting, that the appearance of you as someone definitive is not a matter of fact but of make-believe. And this you admit when acknowledging, you are not willing to undo the belief in being someone definitive, because this acknowledgement confirms what you appear to be is make-believe.

Momentarily being connected with the empty breath is very blissful, because it makes you indifferent to the belief that you are someone definitive, so there does not appear to be someone bothered about the appearance of anything.

Appearing there without being there
Having the belief in being someone definitive undone, does not mean that what you appear to is destroyed, reborn or awaken. Just like within the context of this belief, it is not Santa Claus that is undone when you grow up, but the belief that he is real. In short, the indifference to the experience of you as someone definitive does not change the look of it.

Since nothing matters when connected with the empty breath, you are free to pursue whatever seems to matter.

Looking for nothing is the door to the bliss of not believing to be someone

If you are not looking for something special to confirm your belief in being special, you will probably be indifferent the apparent differences in this image and therefore also to the apparent separation between the image and what you appear to be, and hence in the bliss of not-knowing what and where you are. When you start to grasp that what you appear to be is a fantasy, it is amazing to appear as if you are Santa Claus, a father, a mother or whatnot, while your on and off connection with the empty breath slowly but surely makes you indifferent to the belief that you are someone at all.

Reading Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings probably seem depressing, if you believe to be unique, because they do not imply there is any hope for you in the future, because that is nothing but empty space.

Yet the inclusion of hopelessness is the key to not look for something to hide the depression that is depressing anger and thus the nothingness from where bliss arises, when not hoping to find something there. See also the hack No Hope = Oneness in Extra Duality Hacks.

Whether you believe the dog in this image is real or not, the image of it remains the same. Not believing it is real, however, you are indifferent to whatever it seems to make you think and/or feel. To be indifferent or not
The below metaphor may be beneficial in regards to picking up on what it is the empty breath brings about:

When you believe to be someone – whether physical or spiritual – something must be perceived to be different from you, so you appear to be separated from it and therefore, to be someone definitive. Thus when playing a game like Monopoly, for example, you do it to make its world of illusionary differences real by insisting that they make a difference.

But the more you are in the indifference of the empty breath, the more you play Monopoly to have fun pretending, that its apparent differences make a difference.

Connecting with the empty breath is not about being deeper, purer, balanced or whatnot, because being anything is part of the experience in being someone and the empty breath is not part of that but the nothingness that this experience is fabricated from.

How does it feel
The connection with the empty breath may be experienced as described by Alexius in the articles What does ´the empty breath´ feel like?, and The empty breath´ undoes all conditioning. But do not count on it, because his experience of it is not static. And even if it were, you and Alexius would probably experience it in each your own way – just like would do if having the same cup of tea. Besides the main attribute of the empty breath is indifference, and that is hardly an experience.

Not trying to experience anything specific but including everything exactly as it is perceived to be brings about a state of not-knowing, because without excluding something there is nothing to define you as someone.

Hence you are therefore in the bliss of not-knowing what and where you are, and this is also where you are when connecting with the the empty breath, having glimpses of enlightenment, or applying any other the duality hack except for the enlightenment of that which is one.

If these states of bliss are identical is not to know, because they are all states of not-knowing*, which is an equal mix of empty space and the conscious experience of you as someone definitive, the brain has fabricated from that.

There is nobody in the bliss of not believing to be someone

In a state of not-knowing there is not enough consciousness to be aware of yourself as someone definitive separated from what you experience to a world outside of you. Thus you are in the bliss of indifference to the world of separation, that the brain fabricate to make you appear as if you are someone definitive. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

In this mix there is not enough consciousness to perceive the apparent differences in the world to make a difference, so you are indifferent to the belief in being someone definitive. Yet there is enough consciousness to cover that the world is nothing but empty space, so you still appear to be there, though in a more abstract way than when being fully conscious.

A state of not-knowing* lasts as long as you do not try to regain full consciousness (see Where to find the bliss of ´the empty breath´), but not more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, if you want to remain as if you are someone living in a capsule of time and space.

The enlightenment of that which is one though is not a state of not-knowing, since it totally erases the memory of ever having appeared to be someone definitive (see hack #5-7.2 Inner senses, enlightenment and glimpses of it), and without just a bit of that, there is nobody left to be in any kind of state.

Measured in linear time the enlightenment of that which is one probably just last a few minutes. We are so conditioned to believe, we are somebody definitive in a world defined by time and space, that the fear of annihilation takes over and we compulsively imagine to see something, so that we again appear to be somebody in a world defined by time and space.

This also applies to Buddha and Jesus or anybody else who has bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, because it only takes one to undo the belief in not being one, and there still appear to a world where there seems to be more than one, so every one has used fear as a way to reboot as somebody definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

In the article Nothing can stop you on Highway One except your belief in a world where there seems to be more than one you can read more about how the enlightenment of that which is one terminates what you believe to be and how the fear of that makes you leave enlightenment and return to that belief.

On top of that, it may not even be the empty breath, that is uncovered through the willingness to not uphold the belief in being someone definitive. Maybe it is the enlightenment of that which is one or a glimpse of it (see the article A reintroduction to the inner senses, the enlightenment of that which is one and glimpses of it), or the freedom that comes from pretending to be what you are not (see hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive).

Time is nothing in the bliss of not believing to be someone

Without the basic contrast of expansion and contraction, there is no experience of life. Yet what we experience as life is really death, because life is formless and therefore without a beginning and end, so anything that does not last forever is lifeless. It is, however, the life that makes it possible to have fantasies about being a limited being in a lifeless world – just like within the context of such a world, it is only due to that, you can to imagine being someone you are not in a virtual world of a video game. The bliss of nothing cannot be obtained, as it is not something
By implementing of one or more of the duality hacks you cancel out the apparent difference between the opposing sides of the contrasts making up the experience of you as someone definitive in the world of the outer senses, so that there are no differences to attest to you being different from the world where you experience to be.

As the conscious experience fabricated by the brain of you as someone separated from a world outside of you, therefore, does not make sense, you do not know what and where you are. Thus being in a state of not-knowing*.

A state of not-knowing* set-off on its own accord by the willingness to not believe you are someone definitive.

This is not a state though, where you can arrange to go, when you feel like having it integrating, because there is not something to integrate, neither anybody to have something integrated, since what you believe to be is a fantasy made from out of nothing.

In this context it is rather the nothingness of you, that is to be integrated with the nothingness of the empty breath – or more to the point, the belief that you are someone definitive is to be undone by the empty breath, so there does not seem to be something obscuring, that no matter what you believe to be, you are not made from matter, astral energy or anything else but empty space – just like the empty breath.

The person the brain has fabricated to appear, as if it is you, will keep on saying, there must be something more. And if something more is what you want, you better forget about the duality hacks, as applying for example the empty breath, the belief that it is possible to be or have more is slowly but surely undone.

It is not about learning something but to unlearn everything
To sum it up, there is nothing to know, since that requires more than one and there is no more than that which is one, as it is formless and therefore endless. So although there seems to be so much to know, when appearing to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, there is only one thing to know in regards to the formlessness of oneness, namely that there is nothing to know.**

Differences do not make a difference in the bliss of not believing to be someone

That is why the purpose of Alexius´ Enlightened NonTeachings is not to learn something new but to unlearn everything**. This is done by reading all of them – or flip through them – and apply one or more of the duality hacks until there is nobody to acknowledge, that the person fabricated by the brain is real, wherefore there is nothing but the bliss of being indifferent to the belief that you are someone definitive.

When you are connected with the empty breath bliss arises from being indifferent to the belief in being someone definitive.

But as the connection is a state of not-knowing*, there is not enough consciousness to be aware of the bliss, until a state of not-knowing is left in favour for the full consciousness of being someone definitive, where memories of the bliss, it is to be indifferent to this or any other consciousness, pop up.

When you leave the empty breath, it remains connected with you, because it does not know, that you believe to be someone, who is separated from everything in the low-frequency world experienced by the outer senses.

Yet it senses the stress coming from this belief, so it synchs it with the high-frequency world of the inner senses, which is indifferent to the restlessness that speedy thoughts and feelings seem to produce.

What you believe in being does not exist
Should you wonder, who chooses to believe, that the image fabricated by the brain of someone definitive is you, or who has programmed the brain to produce this image, or who is connecting with the empty breath, or who is wondering about this, the answer is nobody, because the experience of being somebody, whether in a so-called spiritual or physical sense, is just like having a daydream within this experience. There is nobody in it.

Everything is new in the bliss of not believing to be someone

Even though some plants are edible, not all of them are. Often the most beautiful of them often that should not be eaten if you want to remain as someone living in a capsule of time and space. And if you do not want to end, when your appearance there is over, you better avoid beautiful ideas like living in the nowcoming from the heart and being transformed, because they are based on the belief in being someone definitive, and everything definitive, contrary to the formlessness of oneness, has an end. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Thus the empty breath and the other duality hacks are therefore just as dreamlike as anything else in the experience of being someone definitive, no matter what and where that seems to be. Appearances do not matter in the bliss of not believing to be someone

There are lots of ways to appear as if you are someone definitive in a world defined by time and space, but there is no way to leave it because you are not in it. Just like within the context of such a world, a dreamer is not its a dream, and therefore not returning to its bed when the dream is over. Likewise, you do not return to the formlessness of oneness, when your apparent life in a capsule of time and space is over, because you never left it. But contrary to the illusions – for example, being transformed into something more real by living in the now and/or coming from the heart – promoted by most so-called spiritual movements in fashion, the duality hacks do not attempt to transform anything but to expose that everything experienced to exist is made from out of nothing.

Connecting with the empty breath, for example, you become indifferent to the differences in the experiences produced by the brain. Hence you do not believe you that you are someone definitive separated from others but that it is something you pretend to be.****

Though the experience of world where there seems to be more than one seems to hide there is no more than that which is one, the experience of such a world is bound to end, because that which is one is formless and therefore without end.

And as what you pretend to be, you are not, that which is you does not end, when the experience of you as someone in a capsule of time and space is over. Furthermore, until then it is much fun pretending to be what and where you are not,**** as absolutely no harm comes from that.

APPENDIX:
As Alexius continuously goes back and forth between nothing and something there might be a mix up in description of a state of not-knowing and its bliss of nothing versus its after-effect and the happiness of something, which comes from returning from a state of not-knowing with the slate wiped clean and thus in the default mode of a basic self, that automatically is in sync with the brain and thus rewarded with shots of happiness.

Especially, because there is not conscious enough in a state of not-knowing to be aware of it, so his description of it is based on the memories popping up when he has returned to the conscious experience of being someone. Also, because he momentarily turns into the special self and the stress that this entails.

It should also be pointed out that the directions of how to connect with the empty breath mostly are geared towards the special self, that can use the stress from always having to know it is to ignite a take-off to the empty breath. The basic self, on the other hand, is so laid-back that it has no need to know what it is and therefore not far from saying ´Dunno.´ Doing so, the basic self does not perceive feeling fulfilled as better than depressed, or being right to be better than wrong, because nor those or any other feeling is perceived as something. Consequently, there is nothing to hide the bliss of emptiness.

This does not mean that feeling of anger or love, for example, does not pop up but that no feeling is perceived to make a difference. Thus they all uncover the same bliss of nothing.

What does ´the empty breath´ feel like? (in the process of being updated)

The inner breath is not restricted to be felt as a specific form, neither to only be felt inside. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As the empty breath is not something definitive, it cannot be felt in a specific way. Yet it can be felt in an undefinable way anywhere within its non-definitive framework – whether that appears to be inside or outside the body – but never consistently as the same, although it is always there.

The empty breath can be felt in many ways within its non-definable framework of a ball like thing, that passes through the head – or above it – and the stomach or below it. Yet it is not experienced in relation to the body, nor inside or outside. This is not because everything is perceived to at one when connected with the empty breath, but that the experience of something is perceived to be nothing (read more about that here).

Having an out-of-body experience is based on the belief that you are someone in a body, which is the opposite of the experience that comes from being connected with the empty breath, as it undoes the belief that you are someone in a body. Read more about that here.

Hence the connectedness with the empty breath is not an out-of-body experience, but a no-body experience. This does not mean, however, that you do not take care of the body, your beloved ones and whatnot when connected with the empty breath, but that it makes no difference if doing so seems to pay off or not.

In the connectedness with the empty breath there is nothing that appears to be disturbing, but trying to connect with it everything seems disturbing, because the purpose of trying is delaying, so you want to be disturbed.

The inner breath has no definitive center or anything else in a fixed position, so your experience of it may be different from mine. Maybe you primarily experience it in the stomach, in the chest or both inside and outside of your body within the non definitive borders of a ball. It may change from moment to moment, as  – unlike this image – it is not static. This image however illustrates when all its movements are experienced simultaneously, which feels as if the everything stands still.

The empty breath has no definitive centre or border or anything else that is in a fixed position. Everything is always moving, so the experience of it changes from moment to moment from as if it is in the stomach, in the chest or both inside and outside the body. So if your experience differs from the descriptions in this article, go with the flow as it comes to you.

Feelings are subjective
If you are future-minded, the empty breath may be felt to come from somewhere in front of you, whereas it probably is felt to arrive from the back if you are concerned about the past. And if you are into the concepts like living in the now, being centred and balanced, it may be felt as if it has a fixed centre. In other words, the experience of the empty breath is coloured by your conditioning.

This is not a problem for the empty breath, because contrary to you, it has no need to be acknowledged in a special way. So whether you experience it to be in the stomach, the chest, inside or outside the body, it carries out its one and only purpose, which is to make you indifferent to the apparent different experiences in the world where you believe to be.

The empty breath is indifferent to all the apparent differences of the world, so the more you connect with it, the more you adapt to this indifference and the less you want to be someone who makes a difference.

Since the empty breath is not static, the experience of it may change from moment to moment, and it may differ from the experiences described in this article. No worries. Being connected with it is not about doing something specific to feel something definitive, but going with the flow. It is only when you want to make a difference, you must do ´the right thing´.

I am not a talented illustrator, so instead of making an illustration of the inner breath, I have manipulated an image found on the internet in order to give you an idea of the simultaneously movements inside it.

A basic intro to the non-definitive form of the empty breath
The empty breath is modelled like an egg-shaped ball with lots of oval circles moving inside of it, but contrary to what you see in the illustration to the right, it does not have a definitive centre or border. Nor do the circles inside of it, and there are so many so close together that there is no space between them. In the emptiness of each circle, there is two yin-yang like waves. This you cannot see in the simplified illustration to the right, but there is a simulation of this in the second image from here.

That the empty breath has a non-definitive form does not only mean that the edges of it are blurry but that neither its size or shape is constant. It may grow bigger and smaller here and there so that it momentarily feels to be more pear-shaped than egg-shaped, for example.

As there is no up and down in the empty breath, the most significant part of the pear-shaped version of it may be in the top as well as in the bottom, or on the sides, or anywhere in between. And as the apparent centre of each one of the circles appearing to be inside the non-definitive ball of the empty breath is floating around, there are many none fixed centres.

Even though there appear to be an endless amount of diffused shaped circles inside the non-definitive boundaries of the empty breath, and they are moving in each their own direction with each their own yin-yang like formed waves moving inside of them, they are actually fused into one movement of two yin-yang like waves rolling in all directions – at bit like in the animation in the paragraph The swing of the empty breath or in the two last animations of this article.

But as that is very difficult to comprehend in a world where we are conditioned to divide reality in more than one, most will probably not feel the totality of the empty breath, but one of the many circles that seems to make it up. No worries. It is not about perfection but going with the flow, as it comes to you.

The empty breath has no specific centre, and though it seems to consists of many different movements in each their own size and shape, everything is actually fused into one single move. As this may be hard to comprehend in a world where there seems to be more than one, it is most likely easier to experience just one of its aspects at a time.

This could be like going in a circle going from the stomach around the back of the body to the top of the head when breathing in, and from there in a circular movement in front of the body and back to the stomach when breathing out. The direction, however, does not matter. As already said, it is all about going with the flow. So if that seems to go the opposite way, by all means, go that way.

The flow can also be in a circle, about the same diameter as above, that instead goes from the abdomen to the throat or rectum to the heart. The width of the circle can also be expanded, so it goes from the abdomen to a point above the head or from the rectum to a point further above the head.

No matter where you perceive the location of the empty breath to be, it is the same emptiness you experience a second before the brain processes it into an experience of something perceived to be substantial (read more about that here). As the emptiness of the expanded circle metaphorically speaking goes from hell to heaven, you may feel frightened or spaced out if you get stuck in one of those extremes.

Going with the flow of the circular movement in one of the above circles feels like you are surfing two yin-yang like waves inside the empty breath. But this is just one of the ways to experience the empty breath. Below is a short introduction to them and then a more detailed description to each of them.

Be aware though, feeling the empty breath, as described in this article, is only possible to the extent that you do not wish to be or have more spiritually, mentally, emotionally or materialistically because the empty breath has not anything to give but the sheer bliss of nothing.

A basic intro to the ways of feeling the empty breath
Sensing the operator of the empty breath (see the below paragraph of the same name) or the indifference of it (check out the paragraph The empty breath is not the giver of joy and happiness but indifference in the article What is ´the empty breath´ about?) is a state of not-knowing in which you seem to be floating on clouds of bliss, whereas the state of not-knowing coming from the rhythmic flow of it is more like if you are moved by clouds of bliss.

The rhythmic flow of the empty breath can be heard as a distant sound (see the below paragraph The transparent sound of the empty breath) or felt inside the body (see the below paragraph The swing of the empty breath), or sensed as if nobody is surfing two yin-yang like waves in and outside the body (see the next paragraph).

That being said, these categories are not meant to limit you into experiencing the empty breath in specific ways but to inspire you to experience it in your way.

Each of the non-definable circles inside the non-definable ball of the empty breath – see the previous illustration – consist of two yin-yang like looking waves (but without the two holes), that are not fixated and probably moves in sync with the breath – or rather the breath moves in sync with them. It is therefore not so much about following the extraction and contraction of the physical breath but the flow of the empty breath, which may feel like you are surfing the outside of the two yin-yang like waves more or less in sync with the physical breath. The colours in this image only have an illustrative purpose.

Surfing the empty breath
In the above illustration to the right, you see a very simplified simulation of the empty breath in which you are not able to see that the number of circles inside it is endless. Nor does it reflect that the empty breath has no definitive border or centre and each of the circles inside it contains two non-definitive waves like in the above image, that can be surfed. Please notice that although the waves look like the two parts of a yin-yang sign, they have no holes. And as they actually are colourless, the colours in this image and all the others in this article only have an illustrative purpose.

When the body is expanded by the breath, you surf the outside of the yellow wave from the stomach and behind the body up in the head. From there, you surf the outside of the blue wave in front of the body down to the abdomen or below it, while the breath is contracting the body. That is if you are sensing the waves in a circle going from the back to the front of the body. See a more detailed explanation of the different possibilities for the placement of the circles containing the waves in the above intro to the empty breath.

Besides surfing the waves in that circle, you can surf the waves in a circle going from the left to the right side of the body and in circles anywhere in between these. No matter what circle you are surfing, you most feel the waves in the circular movement outside the body.

It is not needed to be in total sync with the rhythm of the physical expansion and contraction of the body, nor does it matter if part of the circular movement is skipped. What matters is to follow the flow as it comes to you, because that makes you forget the physical breath so it can take care of itself without any interruption from you being stressed or trying to inflict it with ideas of balance, tranquillity and whatnot.

Maybe the most joyous way to surf the waves is to go the whole way around one of them and then continue by going the entire way around the other one, more or less in alignment with the breath extracting and contracting the body. There may be even more joyous ways revealed to you, when following the flow.

Alexius has never been surfing in the world of the outer senses, so when he says going with the flow of the two yin-yang like waves in the empty breath feels like surfing, it is an imagination of his.

You may also surf the empty breath in the opposite direction. Going counterclockwise tends to lessen physical awareness so you would become less interested in returning to a conscious experience of being someone substantial in a tangible world. The same applies, if the non-definable edges of the empty breath are not experienced to touch the body but pass it on top of the head and below the abdomen, as that means there is almost no relation to the body when surfing it.

Thus the body is set free (read more about that here), so it can follow its biological system without you trying to unite the physical nature of the body with mental ideas of wellness, which is like trying to blend physical elements with the immaterial ones in a dream or vice versa. It does not work.

You cannot be someone definitive, when going with the flow of the empty breath, so the belief in being someone separated from the formlessness of that which is one is fading out.

Going with the flow without knowing where and why.

Surfing the empty breath to feel good regardless of the physical condition
You will, as already noted, mainly feel the flow of the waves in one of the many circles inside the empty breath. This will probably be in a circle going from the back of the body to the front of it or the other way around. But from there you can also jump to the waves in another circle or feel them all simultaneously.

As it takes more than one to feel something, it is only in a world where there seems to be more than one that this is possible, so the more the belief in such a world is undone by the empty breath, the less you feel it.

Alexius was not aware of this before he started writing what the empty breath feels like and therefore took a closer look upon it. He usually just follows the flow without thinking about direction and whatnot, because in his case, the flow mostly results in the sense of indifference.

It is, however, possible to be more choosy than Alexius normally is. Having worries about the past, or pain in the back, you can choose to be massaged by surfing both sides of the wave behind you and leaving out the one in front of you within a circle of the empty breath that goes from the back to the front of you. Should you want to be grounded, you can surf all the way around a single wave in a circle going from the back to the front of you where the waves are not located like in the above but in the top and bottom of the circle.

The wave you surf, in this case, is the bottom one passing through the abdomen or even lower in the direction from the back to the front of you, or the other way around, or the bottom wave in another circle going from the left to the right side side of you, or both of the bottom waves in these circles, or the bottom wave in any one or more circles in between the two others. No reason to memorise this. Just go with the flow.

Just like what you believe to be is nothing so is the empty breath, but unlike you, it has no need to conceal that by appearing to be something in specific. Consequently, there is not something that prevents it from being what and where is most beneficial for you – even under your feet if that is what it takes to make you forget what you believe to be.

Supposing you want to enhance the intuitive or fact-minded side of you, you could do this by respectively surfing all the way around the wave to the right and the left in a circle going around the head sideways. In a circle that also goes sidewise but around the chest, you could surf all the way around the wave in front of the chest if it is hollow and seems to restrict the breath. Surfing both waves but only on the outer side of them in a circle going sideways around the head or stomach, is excellent in the case of vertigo, eventually combined with surfing the two waves back and forth of you in a circle going from your feet to above the head.

In the case of tight hips, blocked abdomen or spasm in the lower back, you completely surf the wave behind you and then the one in front of you in a circle going sideways in that area, and so on. You could also try surfing in a similar circle where the waves are not in behind and in front of you but on the sides. The size of the circle and thus the waves adjust to the need for relaxing these areas. Is sadness released from there, you may feel like crying. If so, forget about the empty breath and take the time to grieve. Then return to the same circle of the empty breath if that is what the flow calls for.

It may instead call for surfing a combination of other waves, for example a wave in front of you in a circle going sideways at the abdomen and a wave in front of you in a circle that does not go sideways but from the head to stomach or the other way. Maybe surfing them simultaneously or perhaps not just one of the waves in the circles but both waves in a circular movement around the abdomen and from the back and front of you – or whatever combination that seems beneficial to you in regards to getting through the lockdown.

The empty breath is also beneficial in regards to alleviate allergy symptoms or other kinds of symptoms coming from IBS and COPD, for example. It may not heal these or any other physical sickness, because the purpose of the duality hacks is not to heal the body but the sick belief that you are in it. This the empty breath does by making you indifferent to being someone. Read more about that here.

Regarding the empty breath and how its nothingness helps to reduce the symptoms of somethingness, Alexius speaks from personal experience, because his body is not in the best condition, as he has never been very good at being something specific. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

In the case of Alexius, the state of his body is not that good, so he speaks from personal experience when he says, that due to the indifference of the empty breath IBS and COPD, for example, are not something he needs to get it over with to feel better, as the discomfort is not perceived to be something but nothing.

If you are not looking to get it right, nothing is wrong or missing. Hence every moment is the perfect moment (hack #3.1 Every moment is the perfect moment). You have no need to get it right if you face your anger, because then it does not seem wrong and you do not have hide it by looking right.

See also when Alexius was saved by helicopter from the rainforest, even though he did not feel there was something to be saved from. It is not just a rosy story, though, because the transition from perceiving desperation as something to nothing was very upsetting until he did not perceive hopelessness to be wrong but that which set him free. There are many possibilities for using the empty breath. Yet it is best not to use it but being used by it go with the flow as it comes to you as that sets the body free to heal itself. This is why it is so good in the cases of psychosomatic disorders. It is not commendable though to catch every detail about the empty breath in this article because an intellectual understanding of it will not help you to feel the connectedness with it. On the contrary.

You cannot illustrate the inner breath, as it has no definitive form. This animation, however, may give you an idea about the ´structure´ of the inner breath and the high frequency of its inner movement, which seems to originate from an yin yang like curved line – not just as curved though. It feels like, it is the swing of this floating line that expands and contracts the body, so that it breathes in and out. Unlike an yin yang sign the inner breath is not a flat circle with a curved line, but rather a ball wherein the curved line swings upwards and downwards as well as sideways, forwards and backwards and everything in between. Unfortunately the animation is not able illustrate that, neither how slow the swing of it actually feels in the body. Even though it extremely active inside the ball, the experience of it is that it has all the time in the world to expand and contract the body.

It is not possible to illustrate the swing of the empty breath because it has no definable form or movement. This animation, however, may give you an idea about how the swing of it feels as if it is coming from a non-definitive curved line, that is to be compared to the line in between the two forms of a yin-yang sign – but less curved. The swing of this line expands and contracts the body so that it breathes in and out. But unlike in a yin-yang sign the swing of the empty breath is not inside a flat circle but rather a non-definable ball, wherein there are many non-definable circles with each their own curved line. Depending on where one of these circles are experienced to be located in regards to the standard definitions of directions the swing of the empty breath is experienced to swing upwards and downwards, sideways, forwards and backwards or anywhere in between. Unfortunately, the animation is not really illustrating this, neither that though the swing of it is mighty, the experience of it may be that it is in no hurry to expand and contract the body.

The swing of the empty breath
What is said in the above about surfing the empty breath, generally speaking, also apply to feeling the swing of it, except that this is solely felt inside the body, where the movement of the non-definitive curved line between the two waves is sensed as a swing, that extracts and contracts the body in a steady rhythmic flow of breathing in and out. Due to the definitive size of the body, this line is felt less curved and probably also shorter than the line in between the two waves described in the above.

The steady swing of the empty breath may seem to expand and contract the body slower than when you imagined being in charge of the breathing. Maybe the break in between expansion and contraction also feels too long. But the swing of the empty breath probably feels more powerful – so much indeed, that at first, it feels like the body does not have enough room for it.

Just like surfing the empty breath can be done on the waves in any of the circles within the non-definitive border of the empty breath, the swing of it can be felt in the movement of the curved line floating in the middle of any one of these circles.

In other words, the curved line is not just pumping from the back to front in relation to the body but also up and down, from side to side and everywhere in between, which you may sense in the illustration to the left. Though you can feel all these directions simultaneously, it probably is so unfamiliar that you may prefer to feel the swing of the empty breath in one circle at a time.

Alexius senses the swing of the empty breath merged into one simultaneously movement, that feels like no movement at all, when, for rxample, listening to the opening of the opera ´Ahhnaten´ by Philip Glass.

If you experience the swing of the empty breath in all its directions simultaneously, the fusion of them at first feels as everything is spinning. See the speedy animation just below. But it quickly turns into a feeling of everything standing so still – see the third image from here – that you feel the bliss of being indifferent to what and where you appear to be.

Connecting to the inner breath is fortunately not about perfection, as that requires much control and therefore blocks the inner breath to move on its own accord. The inner breath is always connected to you, but you cannot feel it if your purpose is to be someone definitive. In other words not being anybody the inner breath is not hidden. In fact it is very intense.

The swing of the empty breath is not felt as fast as the movements in this animation, but rather like a steady ongoing rhythm that with much force expands and contracts the body. Yet the resulting breath in the body is often very subtle and probably seems to be slower than you are used to – unlike the driving force behind the rhythm of the empty breath, that is a rush of energy within the non-definable ball of it. And even though the particles of this force is moving completely unstructured and at any speed, fast or slow – a bit like in this animation – it is such a relief to merge with this apparent chaos, as that prevents you from focussing on anything specific, so you feel like a fountain sparkling with joy.

The operator of the empty breath
Besides from feeling the swing of the empty breath or as if you are surfing two yin-yang like waves more or less in alignment with the extraction and contraction of the physical breath, you can also feel a constant rush of energy within the non-definable border of the empty breath. This chaotic energy at the root of the empty breath is not rhythmic but abstract. Yet it is the force behind the rhythm of the empty breath. The feeling of it is a subtle sense of being here, there and everywhere, or as if spinning through a world with no limits where you are not limited to be someone.

There are no rules, but it could very well be, that a take-off to ´the empty breath´ will take you to this aspect of it … and what a relief it is to float in chaos instead of having to fit into the rigid world of the outer senses.

Unlike the swing of the empty breath but like surfing its waves, this force is sensed both inside and outside of the body. It may be easier to feel its very subtle energy outside of the body as there the dense bodily feeling is not an obstacle. If you do not try to catch its abstractness, but go with its fleetness, it feels like you are a fountain of sparkling joy.

Sensing the operator of the empty breath outside of the body, you will automatically be taken inside, as the operator does not know one from the other. From there you may be transferred to the rhythmic flow of surfing or feeling the swing of the empty breath.

The apparent chaos at the root of the empty breath, where the operator of it resides and where you most likely land after igniting the empty breath, is therefore a good starting point, when you want to be in the rhythmic flow of the empty breath.

If you out of habit try to focus on the empty breath to hear the transparent sound of it (see the next paragraph) or feel its rhythmic flow, you are bound to perceive it as something and thus to fence it off. A more beneficial way to approach the rhythmic flow and transparent sound of the empty breath is to start in the chaos of its root – whether sensed in front or back of the body, on top of it or all around it – because that leaves nothing specifically for you to focus on, wherefore there is not something definitive blocking out hearing or feeling the rhythmic flow of the empty breath.

The transparent sound of the empty breath
Just like the rhythm of bass is not only heard but also felt in the body, so is the sound of the empty breath, which is like ´so´ when it expands the body and ´ham´ when contracting it.

The apparently definitive shape of you in a body is, therefore, exposed as make-believe.

Sometimes it is like this rhythmic sound of ´so-ham´ comes from the nose and at other times from an undefined space in the back of the head. And then again, the sound does not seem to have a definable location, so it is neither experienced to be inside or outside the head. It may even appear to originate from an invisible space outside the body like it has nothing to do with your appearance in a body.

And as that is actually so, feeling the sound of the empty breath is not a compelling experience like feeling the rhythm of the bass, because it cancels out the feeling of being in a specific body – as if there is no definable border between the body and its apparent surrounding. A sofa, for example, does not seem to differ from the body sitting in it.

This is basically due to the brain not being able to create a conscious experience of the signals it claims to receive from the sensory system of the body, when you are deeply connected with the empty breath (read more about that here), wherefore there is nobody to divide them into judgments of inside and outside, good and bad, high and low, them and me and so on. Hence the apparent differences in the experience of in a world where there seems to be more than one do not appear to make a difference.

Since this means there is nothing to define such a world, it becomes obvious that it is not real but a fantasy made from out of nothing. But just like the reality in the world of a game is the same whether you believe it is real or not, the reality of a world where there seems to be more than one remains the same, when you sense it is an illusion. Your relation with it, however, is forever changed. Being someone definitive, there is all pretence – just like it is, within that reality, when one pretends to be in the world of a game. Do not get attached to the rhythm of the empty breath, because the feeling of the rhythm is related to the body, so it stops when the body ends.

Since a rhythm has a beginning and an end, it is best not to get attached to the rhythm of the empty breath in the swing or transparent sound of it, because it ends when the body stops to function. At that moment, it is better to merge with the indifference of the empty breath or the non rhythmic and very chaotic energy in the operator of it, so that there is not something specific to stop the enlightenment of that which is one from absorbing the nothingness of you.

Via the transparent sound of the empty breath, you may naturally float into glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, which the visual-minded will experience as visions of light and the auditory minded as ethereal harmonies. If you are more emotional minded, you may feel the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises or taste the sweetness of it.

The glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, for example, the visual aspect of it, merges into one, if not interpreted as something specific. Hence there is no experience of that which is you being different from that which is one, so nothing seems to hide there never was or will be more than the formlessness of oneness.

The empty breath, however, is not something that can be brought about by manipulating the physical breath or exercising any other form of control. It is the other way around. When you go with the flow, the empty breath joins you.

A bicycle has nothing to do with the place, it is transporting you to.

This is not to say, that techniques cannot be helpful in regards to tone down the experience of you as someone definitive so that the apparent existence of you in the tangible world fabricated by the brain does not seem to be a fact but make-believe. Unfortunately most forget, that techniques have nothing to do with what they seem to accomplish. Just like a remote control have nothing to do with the music it triggers.

As the connection with the empty breath is a state of not-knowing there is no awareness of separation. Hence the apparent difference between past, now and future or you and Alexius does not make a difference.

It is not possible to illustrate the inner breath in its totality. This yon yang animation (please abstract from the holes) though may give you an idea of the simultaneously movement of the two waves inside the inner breath.

It is not possible to illustrate the empty breath in its totality. But this yin-yang animation (please ignore from the holes, as there are no holes in the waves of the empty breath) may give you an idea about the simultaneous movement of the yin-yang like waves inside it.

The connectedness with the empty breath is a state of not-knowing
Nobody really knows what the connectedness with the empty breath feels like as it is a state of not-knowing. So to write about that, he had to go back and forth between a state of not-knowing and the conscious experience of being someone, and compile the vague memories of the empty breath popping up in his consciousness.

If the resulting descriptions seem patchy and confusing, you can use the disorientation to ignite a take-off to the empty breath. See how to do that in Take-offs to ´the empty breath´ and How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´.

The empty breath is not only to be experienced within its border, because it has no specific border, so if you are experiencing it somewhere else, you have really become indifferent to the belief in being someone definitive, because only as such would you expect to experience it somewhere specific.

Please remember that even though the connectedness with the empty breath is impersonal, what you remember of it afterwards is personal, so your memories may be coloured in another way than those of Alexius.

If still confused you are welcome to mail Alexius, although using your uncertainty to ignite a take-off to the empty breath is preferable, because he cannot help neither you or himself as he sees nobody in need of help.

Thus you would be better off keep on reading about it until you hardly can stay awake, then go to bed, forget what you read the empty breath feels like, close your eyes, and most likely it will be there in one way or the other. Surely, they will rapidly change. That is if you do not try to hang onto one of them. In that case, they will cease.

Your eyes do not have to be closed, and you do not have to go to bed. You can sit anywhere in any position. You can also walk, run and/or talk. But if you are new to the empty breath, it may seem easier to connect with it by partly cut out the world of the external senses yourself, instead of waiting for it to be toned down when the empty breath syncs it with the world of the inner senses. You should, however, never attempt to cut out the world of the external senses yourself in situations, that requires your full attention in that, like driving a car, for example.

+ How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´ (draft)

When not trying to make sense of this image but going with its absurdity, the free-flowing energy of the experience spontaneously ignites a take-off to the empty breath and its bliss of emptiness, provided there is a willingness to forget what you believe to be. The image is grabbed from the web.

If not perceiving what you read to be special, it cannot define you as unique. Thus there is not something special to obscure the bliss of nothing.

As soon as you have had enough of the frustration coming from the perception in being special and you do not try to edit or transform your feeling of desperation, the raw energy of it automatically ignites a take-off to the empty breath. Since it is nothing and your current experience of something is processed by the brain from what it did imagine to receive from a gap in nothing one second ago (read more about that here), the take-off to the empty breath only takes one second.

In other words, when you connect with the empty breath, you go one second back in linear time to the nothingness that is unprocessed into something by the brain.  From there, the brains rendering of nothing into a world of something looks the same, but it is not perceived to be something and therefore not confirming you to be someone. Hence you are in the bliss of nothing.

Every time you believe in fighting something, it is to prevent being nothing.

In linear time, it may take a few more seconds, or many years, before there is nothing but the bliss of emptiness because out of reflex you probably try to force the breath through the tensions in the body, instead of going with the flow of the empty breath. It may feel as if you are fighting with the empty breath about how to breathe.

This fight, however, is solely between what you perceive to be you and an intruder because the empty breath is not intruding you. That is not possible. It does not see you as someone made of solid elements, but of emptiness just like itself. So when you stop fighting nothing, the empty breath goes through the tensions, caused by the thoughts and feelings you have excluded from your awareness by hiding them in the body, as they are nothing.

To get to this point, you must be willing to not stop the breath from going through the painful areas of the body. In this process, you may use professional healthcare services to relieve the body from spasms and headaches, for example, because the empty breath is not healing the body – only the belief that there is someone there.

What you believe in being is nothing twisted by the brain into someone experiencing something. In the presence of the empty breath, which is nothing that has not been processed into something, you become indifferent to the experience of something and thus of being someone. Having passed the apparent physical and emotional obstacles, you turn into nobody. It may at first feel like the empty breath sets off from an engine in the abdomen as if it is an inner breath that in a slow fashion pumps air from there to extract the body (read more about that here), whereafter it returns to the engine which seems to take its time before it pumps it out again without any concept of being inside and outside of a body.

Despite that this is nothing which extracts and contracts nothing, it is in a world where everything is experienced as something also experienced to be that. It may be experienced as if you having fun surfing yin-yang like waves in the rhythmic flow of the empty breath, or being everywhere and nowhere in the sound of it, or joyfully moving with the swing of it, or being still in the abstractness behind its rhythmic flow. Although it may have been unedited speed and chaos that connected you with the empty breath, it is not a speedy or chaotic affair being connected, but like you weightlessly walk on clouds. Think of being high up in the sky in an aeroplane. Although it was the speed that ignited the take-off and it must be maintained to keep you in the air, it is not the speed you feel but a laid-back experience of being in the clouds.

Regarding speed, whether connected with the empty breath or not, we are always moving extremely fast because the Earth and thus us as well is spinning at 1.000 miles an hour, if at the equator and a little less when north and south of it, and the entire planet is hurtling around the sun at 67.000 miles an hour. Having a static perception of ourselves, however, we do not feel the thrill of this but having a perception in sync with the brain (read more about that here), we feel it and can use it to ignite a take-off to the empty breath.

However, the ways described in this article and the other ones in hack #4.4 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing are generally not geared for the basic but special self. That is because most are drawn in by the excitement they imagine to get from being special, rather than the pure happiness, they automatically receive when being basic, because the latter will not make them essential in a world where being special, bitchy and having something extraordinary is the standard. If not focused but defocused, all the elements used to construct what you believe to be blur out. Hence they do not seem to be something, and you, therefore, not different from the nothingness where the empty breath resides. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

So although being special brings about stress and being basic results in relaxation, almost everybody does their best to establish themselves as somebody special in a mundane or so-called spiritual way. Thus hack #4.4 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing is mostly about using stress and speedy thoughts as a take-off to the empty breath. In regards to the basic self, it is not the stress of being somebody but the relaxation of being nobody, that ignites a take-off to the empty breath.

Let us imagine, you have covered your eyes by your hand, so you can indulge in daydreaming without being disturbed by the world outside of you. Though it feels great to have a fantasy of a better world, it also feels strange to be cut off from the actual world.

So when you want to see the world as it is and not as you imagine it could be, and you sense it is your own hand that stops you from doing so, you automatically remove it. Hence it is the built-up frustration and the realisation it is caused by your own hand, that makes you take it away so you can see the world as it is.

Having had enough of something ignites a take-off to the empty breath and the bliss of nothing
The process in the above box, generally speaking, resembles the way a take-off to the empty breath is ignited. The perception of the experiences you seem to have is believed to establish you as special and therefore to hide that it is a fantasy made from nothing.

This perception, which is to be compared to the hand in the above box, is made from selected thoughts organised into a spiritual or mundane vocabulary (read more about that here), that you share with like-minded ones to confirm each other as being special and not just a fantasy of the brain. You may not only sense the bare feet that have made the footprints in this photo but also the body they belong to. Yet there is no feet or entity in the image, and nobody makes footprints like those. When you have had enough of the confusion that comes from this perception, you loosen the grip on the selected thoughts, making it up. Thus you start to see that being special is a daydream. When you are fed up by that, your frustration ignites a take-off to the empty breath. In the connectedness with its nothingness, there is not somebody to perceive that what you experience makes you special or anything at all. This does not mean that you disappear but that you are not attributed with a specific meaning.

The empty breath cannot be experienced as something definitive because it resides in the nothingness unprocessed by the brain. Hence you do not  notice it when you want to experience something.

Since this is a state of not-knowing, there is no awareness of the bliss that nothing entails when not disguised as something. But memories of it pop up when you return to the conscious experience of being someone, which you must do latest 20 minutes, 45 at most, after entering a state of not-knowing, if you want to be able to go on as someone substantial in a tangible world. When returning from a state of not-knowing to the consciousness of being someone definitive, the slate has been wiped clean, so even though it feels like you just had a unique experience, you are nothing special. Instead, you are the basic self you always were supposed to be. Being that you are happy.

And this happiness does not come from what you experience to be and have but from being in sync with the brain (see hack #4.2 The basic self versus the special one), there is no need to perceive any experiences as something special. Thus they seem so unimportant, that, every now and then, there does not appear to be something to hide the bliss of nothing. In other words, you automatically and very quickly go back and forth between a state of not-knowing and the conscious experience of being someone. See To be nobody and yet somebody.

The connectedness with the empty breath does not come from meditating, chanting or any other technique of self-control, because control enhances the belief in being someone definitive. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Being a basic self is an after-effect of a state of not-knowing that may last from a few seconds to many years. Often though it is quickly overridden by the desire to be and have something special. No worries. The confusing energy that this entails is so powerful that it ignites a take-off to the empty breath, provided you are willing to not fix your frustration yourself by denying or indulging in sex or anything else.

In other words, when you are totally fed up with being controlled by the thoughts and feelings, you have sought out yourself to form a belief system of how to be special, you automatically leave it. Not in the sense that you give up, let be or surrender because that is based on being special. But in the sense that the unedited frustration ignites a take-off to the empty breath and in its nothingness there is not something to define you as special anymore.

Are you confused about how to connect with the empty breath? If so, do not try to clear up the turmoil but go with the flow of it so its unedited energy can ignite a take-off to the empty breath. Be aware, though, that you will never know how to connect with the empty breath. It is not something but nothing, and you cannot know how to connect with nothing. But if you forget what and where you appear to be, you do not need to connect because then there does not appear to be something hiding that you are nothing.

BM12 The transparency of bliss comes from not-knowing [draft]

Though new agers believe, that a world where there seems to be more than one is unholy, they worship special people and places in it as if they are holy and not an illusion. This is like believing the most exciting part of a movie is real. It is all make-believe. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings come to him as ethereal harmonies. And it is not before he hums along, that the words of
a song of how to undo the belief in being someone definitive rapidly and unorganised are typed on his computer.

When Alexius asks the source of the ethereal harmonies, which he has named Gudruång,** if a specific song is finished, there is no answer. This could be because it takes more than one to answer and there is no more than that which is one, wherefore an answer would enhance the belief that it is possible to be and have more than one, instead of undoing it. That is probably why Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings do not have any answers, and that their explanations are a load of rubbish. Nevertheless, if you get that they are as absurd as the world where they appear to be, they have fulfilled their purpose, which is to expose the insanity of believing to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Sometimes, however, they do not expose the absurdity of this belief. This happens when the flow of words stops and he instead uses some from his default vocabulary. It is a bit like when he speaks Spanish, which is not his native language, and he is out of Spanish words, he tries an English one, in the hope that it is similar. At times it works, but sometimes he times is entirely off.

Maybe that is why he spends much time on fine-tuning Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, and the reason that you are not reading is not the final but the present version of them. Most likely, however, there is no other reason than this fine-tuning is what Gudruång supports.


Alexius is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one because sometimes he forgets what and where he appears to be and thus bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one. That does not mean, however, that what he appears be is enlightened, because the enlightenment of that which is one eases all appearances.

Alexius has not realised oneness, neither has anybody else because it takes more than one to accomplish something. For the same reason, although he has bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, he is not enlightened.

But he has vague memories of forgetting what and where he is, so nothing prevents a light brighter than anything else to erase everything he has ever been aware of, including himself as someone definitive, wherefore there is nobody to be conscious of the light being absorbed by a black hole with no beginning and end and thus no shape to hide there is no more than the formlessness of oneness. Thus he is neither in the formlessness of oneness or anywhere else. Yet he appears to be someone who is compared to the enlightenment of that which is one in a world where there seems to be more than one.

There are also others trying to put words together in a song about that which is real versus that which is not. But since most of them have not bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, what they perceive to be real is part of a world where there seems to be more than one and thus not real at all. Hence their song – no matter how beautiful it may appear to be – is just another glorification of separation.

When the special self sees similarities between new age teachings and Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, it is wishful thinking. New Age philosophy is based on the idea, that what you believe to be can be made better, whereas the foundation for Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings is, that whatever you believe to be is an illusion. This also applies if their song is based on glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one because, just like a movie trailer is not the movie, these glimpses are not the enlightenment of that which is one. See The enlightenment of that which is one versus glimpses of it.

That which is one has only one word and as it takes more than one to hear something, it cannot be heard. For the same reason Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings cannot be understood.

But they seem to believe, that a glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one and their interpretation of it in combination with secondhand knowledge from ancient scriptures and dead gurus, will make them able to reproduce oneness. However, since it takes more than one to reproduce something, the result is not that which is one but that which is not one. Furthermore, their teaching is based on understanding, and since that calls for more than one, they enhance the belief in being and having more than that which is one, instead of undoing it.

The application of one or more of the duality hacks, on the other hand, do not require any understanding or effort. They apply themselves while reading about them if you do not try to understand them.

In other words, the less you understand, the more you have the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one undone. And since it takes more than one to know or experience something, everything you believe to know, or experience is exposed as make-believe. This includes the brain, or something else is making the experiences, and someone or something is aware of them. Yet you have fun pretending to be someone in a world that is not there – just like playing a game.

A duality hacker is not streaming the construction of thoughts made by the brain to render a world of duality but Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, so they can hack the experiences of duality this flow normally seem to manifest and the duality hacker, therefore, eventually have the belief in being someone definitive undone .

PART 2:
By following the stream of thoughts to the very end, what you appear to finishes there as well. It can be the final end of the body, or just what you have believed to be until then. The latter was what happened to Alexius when he followed the stream of thoughts deep into an ancient forest where he was stuck for two days without food and water. After having been wired up by a helicopter and spending more than a month in hospitals, he did not appear to be a hiker anymore but an Enlightened Non-Teacher (read more about that here).

Finishing the writing of hack #4.2 The basic self versus the special one and hack #4.3 To be a basic self is to be good enough which like the rest of HACK #4 is a new add-on to Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings,**** seems to be the end of the stream supporting his writing of the non-teachings. Instead, a stream supporting his basic trait as a storeroom-manager appears to have taken over, so the creativity of writing is replaced with the seemingly more tedious process of refining what already has been written. None of that changes though, he is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one because that is not an appearance.

Nor does it change that Alexius Enlightened Non-Teachings is not his or anybody else’s. The content of them can be compared to water running out of a tap, which in this metaphor is his buddy Gudruång** and Alexius the empty glass that picks it up and shapes it into what you read. The glass does not have to be Alexius. It could be another other empty glass and probably will be when the appearance of Alexius falls apart.

The shape and name of the flow may change, but the flow itself will remain unchanged. It cannot be changed, as that requires more than one, and there is no more than that which is one. For the same reason, it is, of course, a metaphor that Alexius is a medium for the flow shaped into his enlightened non-teachings that somebody else read.

But as long as you believe it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, there seems to be more than one involved in the undoing of that belief.

Even though waves have a different length of life and may look like they differ from each other, they all consist of water. As they, therefore, all have the same, none of them has something that can make them more special than others. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 3:
On the set out of writing hack #4.2 The basic self versus the special one and hack #4.3 To be a basic self is to be good enough, Alexius used other people as role models for the special self, and since they shamelessly declared their egoistic intentions when asked about something, it seemed obvious to use it.

If not perceiving the apparent difference between what is experienced to be you and others to make a difference, you recognise alone together*** that the experience of a physical or spiritual world with different appearances is just as unreal as the experience of you and others as somebody in the world of a dream.

But to be able to feel the special self himself, he had to fabricate perceptions that implied he believed to be one (see also the below epilogue). Hence hack #4.2 and #4.3 are based on experience when he says, you cannot escape this hell of self-discipline that is required to uphold a perception of being special if you are afraid to lose something. And this you are, as long as you believe to be and have something special.

It is also from experience, Alexius says that the special self tries to never be engaged so it can keep up a perception of being in control and others to admire it. He can add, that restoring the basic self does not come from letting go of something, nor avoiding anything or by doing something in particular, but having the willingness to apply the duality hacks.

They expose every experience as nothing so having a headache, being in love and whatnot is not something that fends off the bliss of nothing

In the process of having the belief in being someone definitive undone, the entertainment of the very same belief is beefed up by the duality hacks. The experience of being someone definitive is, therefore, like binge-watching an exciting TV show and feel so entertained by it that you forget what and where you perceive to be. To not perceive yourself as somebody, you can, for example, apply hack #4.4 ´The empty breath´, and the bliss of not believing to be someone. Any other duality hack, except the enlightenment of that which is one, takes us to the bliss of not believing to be someone. Hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life does it by turning every experience into a symbol of that which cannot be experienced, namely the formlessness of oneness. Since no appearance, therefore, means something specific,  you are in a state of not-knowing. You can also use a combo of the duality hacks.

It may be appropriate to put in here that applying the duality hacks has nothing to do with the popular concept of letting go because that is a confirmation of you as someone in control of yourself. But it is about the willingness to have the belief in being someone definitive undone. It sets you off on a journey without distance to that which cannot be known.

The duality hacks are not gonna set you free from anything but to everything.

Having this willingness, which you get by admitting you do not have it (read more about that here), the duality hacks naturally apply themselves during or after reading Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings.

In the process of doing that, they restore the basic self by wiping out the perceptions that are out of sync with the brain. Thus you have a happy time believing to be someone in the process of having this belief undone.

EPILOGUE:
Alexius has sometimes noticed that those who have had glimpses of enlightenment in retrospect uses the experience to disguise the darkness in themselves so others can perceive them as full of light.

While imitating the special self so he could write about it from experience, he realised that not all of it was an imitation. See also The YOU finger and the three ME fingers. There were leftover parts of darkness that he had hidden from his awareness with the consciousness of light. The description of the special self in hack #4.2 The basic self versus the special one and hack #4.3 To be a basic self is to be good enough is, therefore, not only based on observations of others but the leftover bits of it that were exposed in himself in the process of writing about the special self.

This is not meant to say that everything heavy or dark belongs to the special self. Since everything in a world of duality comes in pairs, there are darkness and light in everybody. Unfortunately, the special self always tries to exclude the part of a pair that it judges to be negative and thus feels incomplete, whereas the basic self is inclusive and, therefore, feel fulfilled and thus incredibly relaxed.

Being in sync with the script of the brain or not [draft]

The self, the consciousness, the brain and that which is one

The brain cannot force the consciousness that it has implemented in the self it has created to acknowledge the experiences it continuously fabricates of a tangible world. But if the self wants to appear as it exists as someone substantial in the tangible world of the experiences, its consciousness has to endorse them as experiences of the self (read more about that here) because otherwise there is not something to confirm the existence of it.

If appearing as someone substantial in a tangible world does not seem appealing to the self, it should not pay attention to the stream of thoughts the brain makes to simulate the existence of such a world. Nor should it try to stop or change the constant stream, but sense to the emptiness from where the brain seems to have created it.

This, however, is not possible to do while experiencing to be something. But as the experience of something is made by the brain, and as it takes one second to do that (read more about that here), you can sense the unprocessed version of any experience of something at the beginning of that second (read more about that here), and thus remain in the bliss of not-knowing (read more about that here) what and where the brain makes you experience to be one second later.

You cannot continue in this state of not-knowing* for more than 20 minutes, 45 at most. See the hack 20 minutes, 45 at most in Extra Duality Hacks. After that, you must again acknowledge that you are someone substantial by perceiving the experiences rendered by the brain from out of nothing to be something because otherwise, the brain falls into a coma, and you disappear in the nothingness from where you were conceived. Thus there is nobody to experience nothing to be something anymore.

If the case of the latter, you see, hear, feel and taste glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one until time is gone and they merge so quickly into one light, sound, feeling or taste that you will not notice. Neither will you notice there is no more than that which is one because it takes more than one to be aware of something. For the same reason, there is nobody to know that somebody believed to be a world where there seems to be more than one.

As there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless, and as it takes more than one to experience something, the experience of being someone who sees this image is an illusion. And so is, of course, the experience of this article or anything else regardless it seems to be spiritual or mundane. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

In other words, since it takes more than one to exist, what you believe to exist is gone and it was never there. And as this includes the believer, there is nobody to experience the light, sound, feeling or taste of oneness. Nor that the nothingness of you gracefully falls through a boundless black hole until there is no hole or anything else appearing to hide that which always has been and always will remain, namely the formlessness of oneness.

The above explanation should not be taken too literally, as doing so you remain in the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Having this belief undone just requires to admit that you do not have the willingness for this because by doing so, you acknowledge that being and having more than that which is one is make-believe. Thus the journey without distance to that which is one has begun.

To make long short, the enlightenment of that which is one abruptly terminates all experiences and thus the one appearing to have them. Applying the other duality hacks, it is a process over time, which they help you to enjoy – especially the hack you read, hack #4.2 The basic self versus the special one. So, for now, we go on as if we are somebody in a world where there seems to be more than one, and we explore how our experience of being there can be a happy one.

The fear of being nobody makes you dependent on the brain

Although the basic self feels free to follow the brain and the special self feels free from it, none of them is free. If not for the brain, it is not possible to appear as if you are somebody. Thus the freedom of the special self is pure speculation built on the perception that its experiences are coming from the heart, higher consciousness or whatnot, although all experiences are processed by the brain.

So in each their one way, the basic and special self needs the brain. Without it, they are nobody, and since this is so frightening that they rather die than acknowledging their non-existence,** they are equally dependent on the brain to be ratified as somebody. The basic self does not hide this and proudly follows the brain. The special self, on the other hand, denies this and always oppose the brain. Yet what you fight, you need.

Just like the tricks of a magician are laid bare, the more you watch them, the experiences of the brain are exposed tas nothing distorted into something, the more you follow the brain. Hence the basic self sooner or later realises that the appearance as someone in a tangible world is a deception.

Having fully realised that it does not appear to be someone anymore. Consequently, there is nobody to recognise that this or any other realisation is an illusion because there is nobody to know anything since that takes more than one and there is no more than that which is one.

Relating to the script of the brain

The special self is so removed from its basic being that it needs to be grounded or be transformed into a higher self (read more about being grounded here). But the basic self has no such needs. It does not search for anything but relates to the thoughts coming from the brain as they are, so it always is in sync with the present experience processed by the brain.

Relating to the thoughts of the brain does not mean you must be in agreement with them to feel good. As long as your reaction refers to the thoughts of the brain, you will feel entertained whether you seem to be angry or calm.

Nor does relating to the thoughts of the brain make your life more consistent. Maybe you get an impulse to read this article in the middle of doing the dishes, and so you do, regardless of being the basic or special self, because the brain is in charge no matter what you believe to be. It is not in charge of how you perceive this interruption and thus, how you respond to it.

The special self does relate to the present experience produced by the brain but how it had expected it to be. Thus it feels fragmented.

As the special self feels incomplete, the apparent inconsistency in its experience triggers that, so it perceives it to be wrong and thus responds in a neurotic way. It blames the brain for this and tries to exclude what it perceives to get from it and only include what it judges to come from from the heart, for example. But all experiences are processed by the brain, and it is not possible to eliminate any part, except in one´s perception of them.

The basic self, on the other hand, perceives the apparent disturbance as an integrated part of the day´s entertainment. That is if it perceives any disruption at all. Most likely not, because the basic self feels fulfilled, so it has no need to perceive anything as incomplete.

Being in sync with the script of the brain or not

If you perceive the sun to go up and down, your perception is out of sync with the script of the brain because the sun is not going up and down. It is what and where you believe to be, that is going up and down. See also The sun never goes up and down – it is a deception.

If your perception is in sync with the speed of the Earth and thus of you moving with it in that speed, you feel calm inside while racing outside.

As your perception, therefore, is not coordinated with what is going on, namely that your feet is spinning at around 1.000 miles an hour, while the entire planet is hurtling around the sun at 67.000 miles an hour. Hence you will not feel the thrill of moving at such a high rate but the depression coming from a static perception founded on unstable thoughts.

This stagnant perception, which is the one society supports, is meant to make you think that fulfilment does not come from not resonating with the present movement as it is but with a slowed-down version of it that gives you time to make a perception of yourself where you look powerful, humble, balanced, active or whatever you reckon will make appear more impressive.

Feeling the pulsation of the moment, however, there is no time to make up a perception where you seem to be important, nor is there any need to do that because the body shivers with ecstasy as if it is has been shaken by an earthquake of tenderness.

In the case of Alexius he sometimes feels that it like listening to the Ukrainian pianist Lubomyr Melnyk playing extremely rapid, intricate patterns of notes, which produce overtones so trance-inducing, that a cascade sound of purity makes you forget, it is ignited by the speed and complexity underneath it. There is no right way to perceive the complexity of a moment. But as long as the perception relates to it and not an edited and simplified version of it, every perception will make you feel good. So good, indeed, that the inherent speed of it may bring about glimpses of enlightenment (read about glimpses of enlightenment here).

The special self may claim that it wants this, but that is a lie. It fears it because speed prevents it from being in control and to thus to shape its appearance. That is why it meditates or something else to slow things down so that it has the time to consume static stuff like books and clothes and become wiser and more beautiful in the future, which it imagines will make it more loved.

To appear as if you are in a world of something but not of it and thus in the bliss of nothing, you can neither be in or out of sync with the script of the brain because both ways ratify that you are in its world of something as well as of it. So unlike the basic self who basically says »It is what it is« and the special self who says »I know what it is,« you say »Dunno what it is.«

Perceiving the script as it is what it is, you can count on always being in sync with it and thus to feel entertained. Besides, you are not that far from the perception, dunno what it is, which connects you with the empty breath* and its the bliss of nothing instead of the brains entertainment of something.

When saying so, you are not ratifying the world of the brain to be something. Since you, therefore, move back the second in linear time it has taken the brain to twist the nothing into the present experience of something (read more about that here), you are in the perceived gap between nothing and oneness but without the awareness of being someone in a world of something, so even though you still appear to be someone in such a world, you do not perceive yourself to be anybody in particular or the world where you appear to be as something. As you therefore get the bliss of nothing, there is no reason to look for the happiness of something. Notes about nothing

  • To make nothing appear as if it is something, the brain constructs a self with a built-in consciousness which through its perception of the experiences the brain continuously fabricates confirms that they are something and thus also the one who appears to have the experiences (read more about that here).
  • No matter how you experience the appearances on a computer screen and where you believe the experience to come from, what you experience to be there is not there. Every part of it is an illusion generated by the computer, and it only seems to be real if you want to perceive that it is.
  • Just like a dream is a construction of nothing that never leaves the dreamer although it seems to be happening here and there, the self and the world that appears to be outside of it is a construction of nothing that never leaves the brain, regardless what and where the self believes to be.

**) An obvious way to escape the exposure of your nothingness is to have sex with others or yourself. If you are more desperate than that, you may choose to die and doing that having a near-death-experience with tunnels of light or whatever the brain has enough oxygen to produce of experiences which can reassure you that you are somebody, so you choose to return to the consciousness of being that.
