As it takes more than one to have a vision, no matter how impressive your inner visions of light may be, they are not the enlightenment of that which is one but glimpses of it. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The world of the outer senses is experienced via seeing, hearing, feeling and tasting/smelling it. But if those senses are turned inwards instead, the enlightenment of that which is one is revealed through seeing, hearing, feeling or tasting/smelling it.

And then again it is not exactly like this, because the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be experienced at all since it takes more than one to experience something.

Someone, who believes to be definable, cannot gracefully fall through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one. Yet someone who believes to be definable can learn how to have this belief undone.

Yet bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one is something that can be experienced via seeing, hearing, feeling or tasting/smelling it. This is not the enlightenment of that which is one though but glimpses of it, which come through a hole that sometimes seems to be black and other times full of lucid. Having visual glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one can to be an experience of travelling through lucid worlds with ever-changing flashes of light. The moment those flashes of light are not perceived to differ from each other, there is no separation to define you as someone definitive anymore.

When you play a game, you may forget where you actually are. One of the ways to remember it is to undo the knowledge of what and where you appear to be. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As that means there is nobody experiencing anything, there is not someone to fight that the construction of thoughts which seem to have replaced the formlessness of that which is one with someone special in a world where there seems to be more than one is abruptly extracted by the extremely bright white light, that the glimpses have turned into without you being aware of it, as none of this is not happening in linear time but in one perpetual present.

In other words, everything you ever believed to be and have is gone without you knowing it or having any memory of having believed to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. Hence there is nothing to gracefully fall through the hole that is no more, because there is no experience to hide that which always has been and always will be, since it is formless and therefore endless, namely that which is one.

Most, however, work against the flow enlightenment, which is done by defining what there seem to be to see, hear, feel or taste as something that is similar to past experiences, so that the enlightenment of that which is one is fragmented into more than one, wherefore the belief in being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is not undone.

And as the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be bid welcome without having this belief undone for just one moment, you only had glimpses of it, and therefore do not know what it is.

If you for a moment forget what and where you appear to be, there is not someone hiding the enlightenment of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As the enlightenment of that which is one is not of a world where there seems to be more than one, someone believing to be there cannot be enlightened. But if you for a moment forget what and where you are you are, there is not a world where there seems to be more than one to hide the enlightenment of that which is one.

Returning from the enlightenment of that which is one as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, you are not enlightened, because enlightenment is not something definitive. Yet, there are vague memories of the enlightenment of that which is one, so you are to be compared to it.

This, however, would have been the same result if the belief in being someone definitive momentarily had been undone, because then there is not someone to know the enlightenment of that which is one. In other words, what you believe to be can never be enlightened. Yet it is possible to momentarily forget what and where you are so that there is nothing for the enlightenment of that which is one to gracefully transport through a hole that is not there into the formlessness of that which is one.

What you believe to be is therefore not enlightened, so if returning as someone definitive to a world where there seems to be more than one, you are just the same – except that vague memories of that which is one turn being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one into something you pretend to be, because you know there is no more than the formlessness of oneness. Hence you are to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

A glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one is comparable to a movie trailer, which is just a glimpse of a whole movie, and therefore not to be confused with the whole one.

To round off, as the enlightenment of that which is one has no beginning and end, someone definitive cannot experience it. But glimpses of it – for example travelling through lucid worlds of light – has a beginning and an end. If you seem to see an E here, you are using the E, you have made in your mind, to hide all the empty space.

If you seem to see an ´E´ here, you are focusing to see something recognisable, so that you can hide the empty space by imagining there is something there. The empty space is not the formlessness of that which is one, but when you do not imagine a world defined by time and space to be there, no elements of matter are experienced to hide the formlessness of oneness. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Partial devotion to the inner senses results in glimpses of enlightenment
To experience that you are someone substantial in a world defined by time and space, constant focus on something specific is required for the outer senses to fabricate the depth needed to make the experience appear dimensional – otherwise, the outer senses cannot build this illusion.

So the more you defocus, the more the definable world of the outer senses is complemented with the abstract world of the inner senses, where you are bid welcome by glimpses of light, if you are visual-minded, ethereal music if you are auditory minded, and the taste or feeling of that which is one in case you are emotional minded.*

The purpose of the inner senses and their glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one is to attract you to such an extent, that you cannot help yourself but to have them undo the belief that it is possible to be someone definitive, even though it means the end of what you believe to be – just like a moth cannot help but to follow its attraction to the flame, even though it is gonna be the end of it.

The idea of mixing something is based on the belief in separation, so do not try to mix glimpses of light with glimpses of ethereal music for example, as this will imply they are separated. Just welcome whatever glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one, that seems to come your way. Never try to hang onto a glimpse or to have it repeated. If it after a while changes into another aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one, go with that.

What you believe to be is a hallucination, that seems to cover the enlightenment of that which is one – also if you believe to be spiritual, because any belief requires more than one.

These glimpses, as already stated, are not the enlightenment of that which is one, as it has no room for someone with an awareness since that requires more than one. This does not mean that the person you believe to be is replaced by the enlightenment of that which is one, but that whatever you believe to be is an illusion.

The healing of the body caused by partly being devoted to the inner senses is just a side effect, that helps you not to care about physicality and its inevitable end.

The inner senses and the body
Devotion to the inner senses will heal your body if that is not the purpose of it. It may not include genetically caused diseases though. But as devotion to the inner senses calms the body, a genetically created disease will not seem to generate fear, which otherwise may further damage the body, if projected upon it (see hack #4.3 To be a happy self or not about the unfortunate belief in a body-mind connection, where you are perceived to be the master of the body).

When, however, the wellbeing of the body is the purpose of devoting yourself to the inner senses, you cannot be attentive to the world of the inner senses, since that requires having no specific focus, so the world of the inner senses fades out without you even noticing it. Thus the body is not being nurtured by it.

Total devotion to the inner senses bids welcome the enlightenment of that which is one
Complete devotion to the inner senses, bids welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, that right away erases all memories of you being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. As you are not there anymore, there is nobody to know how long time this takes. But most of all because the enlightenment of that which is one is not a process but one perpetual present.

At first, however, it may seem to be a process and as long as that is the case, the brain that produced the experiences of you as someone definitive is not dead so it can be rebooted and again produce these experiences. But since it takes more than one to be anything, they cannot contain the enlightenment of that which is one. So although you are to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, you look like you used to be.

But as soon as the enlightenment of that which is one does not seem to be a process, which in the concept of time may be a few minutes, the brain cannot be rebooted, and therefore not produce the experience of you as a substantial being in  a tangible world, so there is nothing to hide the formlessness of oneness and that it is no different from that which always has been and always will be you. There is, of course, nobody to be aware of this, since it takes more than one to be conscious of something.

The appearance of you as someone in a world, where there seems to be more than one, is a fabrication constructed from thoughts, where some are chosen to be included, as if they are that which is you, and others are excluded, as if they are not you but somebody else. By not excluding specific thoughts but including them all, you become everything and you also lose the appearance of being someone specific, because there are no excluded thoughts to define you as someone definitive. In other words, inclusion excludes what is not real, so there is nothing but the formlessness of that which is you. Enlightenment of that which is one does the same, and so do the other ´ways´ suggested in my non teachings. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The appearance of you as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is a fabrication of thoughts. The ones you judge to be good are chosen to be included and the ones judged as bad ones to be excluded. The excluded ones produce what you consider others to be and what you are not, so if no thoughts are excluded, there is nobody to define you as separate from others. Inclusion, therefore, excludes what is not real, namely separation, so that there is not something to hide there is no more than that which is one. Bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one has the same result, and so does the implementation of the other ´ways´ of coming back to that which is one suggested in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings.

Is the enlightenment of that which is one required to have the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one undone?
The enlightenment of that which is one can be said to be the last step to the formlessness of oneness, but as formlessness is endless, you have never left it, so there is no step back to it, and therefore no need to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one in any one of its aspects, or to have glimpses of it*.

Neither do you have to be connected with the empty breath or devote yourself to the inner senses to have the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one undone. It can be undone while enjoying the world of the outer senses. In the below box there are some suggestions on how to do this:

The more you perceive the apparent differences in the world of the outer senses to not make a difference, the more the outer senses function as a set-off to that which is one (hack #3.1 Inclusiveness is a perfect moment and hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is pure bliss).

The same applies to pretending to be someone definitive (hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation or seeing symbols of life in the world (hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life).

And it also applies to being alone together, which does not mean that you are together with one or more who also are alone, but that you are alone together with your fantasy of a world where there seems to be more than one, no matter how many there seem to be around you (hack #8.8 Alone together is the key to that which is one).

But you do not even need Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings to have this belief undone. All that is necessary is to not remember what and where you are since that means there is no belief in being someone definitive that appears to hide the formlessness of that which is one.


There is no experience of love without the experience of hate, because you cannot know one without the other. Multitasking allows you to experience both emotions simultaneously, and so hate is as blissful as love. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The reason that so many avoid multitasking is that multitasking leaves them with no time to suppress anger and other feelings, that destroys the perfect image of themselves as somebody at peace, full of love and whatnot.

What they do not know, when keeping specific feelings hidden – hate for example – is that they diminish the experience of their contrasts – in this case love – because you cannot have one without the other.

Least of all do they know that when both sides of a contrast are equally acknowledge, their apparent difference makes no difference. Thus it is just as blissful loving somebody as to hate them. See also Love makes no difference at all.

Be aware though, that to be in the bliss of indifference, instead of the consciousness of being someone definitive, you must be willing to be nobody.

Here the world of the inner senses are about to shift to bright white light, which is gonna extract all the info you have collected in order to appear as somebody and leave it at the edge at a black hole so that there is nobody to fall into the nothingness of that which is one. This is not compatible with appearing in a world, where there seems to be more than one, so if that is what you want, you better make sure the info making up your personality is not extracted or you know where to find it again. This image could be illustrating the last glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one before you give up seeing something specific, and there is an abrupt shift to the enlightenment of that which is one, that extracts all the info you have collected in order to appear as someone definitive and leave it at the edge of what appears to be a black hole, so that there is nothing falling through it and gracefully floating into the formlessness of that which is one. You do not know how fast this is happening, because you are no more and have no conscious of ever having been anybody, because there is nothing but that which is one. This is not compatible with appearing as someone definitive in a world defined by time and space, so if that is what you want, you better make sure that the info making up your appearance as someone definitive is not extracted – or that you know how to find it again – which is simply is to go with the flow of fear. And yes, there is also fear in that which is one. No worries. It cannot be experienced there. That is not possible since it would require more than one. It is, however, possible to imagine there is more than one, and going with the fear that this entails, you seem to leave it and instead be part of a world defined by time and space. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Multitasking the inner and outer senses
Much devotion to the world of the inner senses may space you out in regards to the present moment in the world of the outer senses. Yet, if you do not have to be present there, you just go with the flow of the inner senses, as if the world outside of you stands still.

But if you want to go on appearing as someone special in a world where there seems to be more than one, it is of course best to totally focus on the world of the outer senses, so that the abstractness of the inner world does not interfere with your plans for having more money, power, love, life, energy and whatnot.

Should you, however, become tired of the race for more, you multitask between the inner and outer senses, so that being loaded with glimpses of enlightenment in the world of the inner senses make you indifferent to the constant demand for more in the world of the outer senses.

If you do not want the belief in being someone definitive to be abruptly undone by the enlightenment of that which is one, multitasking between the inner and outer senses may be the approach for you, as that allows you to have this belief undone in a pleasant pace while having a good time pretending to be what you are not.

Multitasking is said to disturb the brain so that it is harder for it to focus on something specific. That is why, it is beneficial in regards to having the belief in being someone definitive undone  – especially the multitasking of the inner and outer senses, which happens all by itself when connected with the empty breath.

When you are multitasking the world of the inner and outer senses with the help of the empty breath thoughts are not considered to be yours, so nobody is going anywhere, even though it may appear so.

The empty breath automatically synchs the outer and the inner senses, so that everything feels just fine, nothing is wrong or missing. This is not the purpose of the empty breath though. Its purpose is to undo the belief in being someone definitive, but this is a lot easier not fighting to survive as someone definitive. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The empty breath automatically syncs the inner and outer senses
Those not connected with the empty breath are often tempted to skip the part of having the belief in being someone specific undone and instead use their own special blend of the outer and inner senses as the means to fabricate their particular version of paradise.

The purpose of this often is to establish themselves as a spiritual helper, but as there only is somebody to help, when you believe in separation, your so-called compassion and help enhances the suffering that this belief entails (see the article Coming from the heart is a denial of that which is one). Besides there is no paradise without hell, since a world where there seems to be more than one can only be experienced through contrasts.

It is common to think, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Yet you do not appear as someone specific in a world where there seem to be more than one to find more, but to see there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one.

So instead of using the glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one to establish an image of yourself as a new messiah full of love and light, which has been in fashion for the gurus since the 70s, use the vitalization you have gotten from them to not hide but expose the frustration the endless speculation that the belief in being someone definitive entails, so that the energy of chaos can be used to ignite a take-off to the empty breath.

The moment you have no need give or receive help or support, the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one is undone.

As the inner senses operate on very high-frequency, speedy thoughts and feelings seem to be at rest there. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The connection with the empty breath automatically synchs the outer and inner senses, and as the latter are operating at an extremely high frequency, the restless speculations in the low-frequency world of the outer senses do not seem to cause confusion but relaxation, and so the apparent differences of the world experienced with the outer senses slowly cease to make a difference. Thus the foundation for the belief in separation fades out, and so there is nobody to imagine that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

Following the guidance of the empty breath you are automatically multitasking, because it does not know the concept of focusing on something specific. So when you are do not feel the empty breath multitasking connects you with it.

A perfect moment is a state of not-knowing
Having glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one is a perfect moment in the sense that nothing feels wrong. As there is no sense of anything having a beginning or end, it may last longer than the concept of now, which is just a split second in between the past and the future. In other words, the concept of now is based on excluding the past and the future, whereas a perfect moment includes that and everything else.

When differences are not perceived to make a difference, the foundation for the belief in separation is gone. So everything outside of you is inside of you, where is nothing since without an outside there is no inside. In other words, if you do not return from this state of not-knowing to a world where there seems to be more than one, there is nothing to hide there is no more than that which is one. Hence it makes no difference if there are thoughts about the past, the future or anything else while having glimpses of enlightenment. In fact, the most distinctive feature of a perfect moment is that the apparent differences of the world are not perceived to make a difference. Not so much because there is no judgment, but because there is nobody to judge anything since you are in a state of not-knowing.

That is why, it is not before this state is over, that you know when differences are not perceived to make a difference, you are not experienced to be separated, and so there is nobody to judge something as right or wrong.

Since differences are not perceived to make a difference in a state of not-knowing, nobody cares if the bliss of it should differ from one state of not-knowing to another.

Having glimpses of enlightenment, you momentarily do not believe to be someone definitive. Hence you are in a state of not-knowing. This state of bliss**, however, I can be induced by any one of the duality hacks, except for the enlightenment of that which is one, since that is not a state. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

This state of not-knowing is not only induced by glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one but by the application of any other duality hack (see the table of contents) except for the enlightenment of that which is one, as that is not a state, since it takes more than one to be in a state.

Be happy if you cannot overcome the hopelessness that seems to blow you away when not in a state of not-knowing, because when you are blown away a state of not-knowing returns.

But as nothing in a world where there seems to be more than one lasts, nor does a state of not-knowing. Primarily because after 20 minutes, 45 minutes at the most, where the brain has not been kept active by judging differences to make a difference, it falls into a coma.***

So if you want to remain as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, you must leave the bliss of a perfect moment. But you must also leave it if you do not want to return as someone definitive but bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, because there is no room for bliss or anything else in that which is one.

Being alone together is based on the realisation that the power behind every experience you seem to have is you, regardless it is interpreted as spiritual, mundane or whatnot. Since the apparent differences in what is normally perceived to be a world outside of you is not perceived to make a difference when in a state of not-knowing and as that applies to whatever seems to be inside of what normally is believed to be you, inside and outside is the same – or rather there is no inside and outside or any other contrasts to define you as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

You are alone together having a fantasy about being someone special in a world where there seems to be more than one. But no matter what seems to be happening in that fantasy, you are not in it – just like within the context of this fantasy a dreamer is not in its dream although the dream is in the dreamer.****

This you cannot know before you have left a state of not-knowing, and memories start popping up of how blissful it is to not believe you are someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.**

There may also be memories of the transition, which can be quite claustrophobic, as there is nobody to project your troubles and sorrows on since there is nothing but the tight unit of you. But as soon as you start feeling the peace that comes from not feeling disturbed by anybody, this unit is not tight anymore. In fact, it is not there at all, because you do not believe to be someone definitive.

When the apparent differences of a world where there seems to be more than one is not perceived to make a difference, you are not separated from what you experience to be a world outside of you. In other words, you are alone together with your experience of a world where there seems to be more than one – and since this is how you imagine to have left the formlessness of oneness, you can reverse this and return to that which you never left, since formlessness is endless. As you probably read in the previous part, you got to leave a state of not-knowing pretty soon, if you want to remain as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. Neither can you stay in this state, if you do not want to return to the fantasy of being someone definitive but to the formlessness of oneness, as being in any kind of state requires more than one.

Staying true to being alone together**** this is not a dilemma, because from this follows you never have been in a world where there seems to be more than one. Just like a dreamer within the context of such a world you are in your own bed, which in this context is a metaphor for that which is one. And since oneness is formless and therefore without beginning and end, you have never left it.

SX A body forgotten is an invitation to the enlightenment of that which is one

Your body, that seems to be opaque, consists of 1% energy and 99% empty space. In other words, to believe you are somebody is an illusion. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Your body, that seems to be opaque, consists of empty space according to science. In other words, you must be dreaming, if you perceive yourself to be tangible. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The enlightenment of that which is one does not illuminate anything. It is so bright that there is nothing to see. Besides it requires more than one to see something, and there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one, as what is formless is endless. In other words, if you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one you do not exist, and you know it is so. Why else has everybody throughout history asked the same question: Who am I?

Through ideas of love and friendship you create the illusion, that you are someone definitive, who is part of a world with someone else especially for you.

You make yourself appear to be real by for example searching for who you are, as this implies you are someone definitive, or by working for the survival of you, or simply by doing whatever is necessary to feel part of something, so there appear to be a tangible world around you, that seems to acknowledge the existence of you as someone definitive.

It is the tension, that comes from always doing something to be acknowledged as someone tangible, which seems to hold the body together as a unit defined by time and space. But the more the body is held together the more the enlightenment of that which is one is fenced out.

When the defenses of the body is down, there does not seem to be someone definitive to hide the hide the enlightenment of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The defences of the body break down when being in love and/or being loved, so even though love is just as virtual as the body, it is very helpful in order to break down the defences against the enlightenment of that which is one. It does not matter what is loved – it may be sunshine, wine, a pet, a person, a god or whatever. As long as you stick to the love, whether it seems to be returned or not, it will make the body feel good – and feel good its defences are down, so it does not fight being pushed aside in order to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one.

The enlightenment of that which is one is not full of love
The above should not be understood as the enlightenment of that which is one is full of love. Using love to break down the barriers to the enlightenment of that which is one can be compared to using a drilling machine to make in a hole in a wall. When the hole is done it is empty. The drilling machine is not there. Likewise, love is not in the enlightenment of that which is one. It is empty.

The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be experienced, as it takes more than one to experience something. Only the body can be experienced, but what can be is experienced is not one and what is not one is not real.

Neither should it be understood, as you must break down all the defences of the body. It needs them to defend itself against various kinds of sickness. In terms of the enlightenment of that which is one, a healthy body is good. Not in the sense though that the body needs to be healthy for the enlightenment of that which is one to be received, as a body cannot receive it. A body has to go, and if it seems healthy, you are not occupied by saving it and therefore free to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one without any concern for the body.

Please be aware that the explanations in this article are done within the context of the world. There is of course no way a body can stop the enlightenment of that which is one. The body is an illusion, and illusions have no power to stop anything. The only problem is that you believe this illusion is real. It is your belief, that blocks out the enlightenment of that which is one – and only in the context of this belief does it make sense, as in the above to talk about the body and love as a solution for breaking down its defences.

This is a typical quote from the web posted by so-called spiritual people, who, though they consider themselves to be more content than others, need to be and have something bigger.

Most so-called spiritual teachings promoted on the internet seem to be about growth and transformation from which you are supposed to get more love, more peace, more stillness or whatever you expect to turn you into someone, who is more spiritual than others and therefore part of something bigger.

You are also promised more energy and power from for example living in the now, which you are guaranteed to be in the future after mastering specific ways of self-control, that will make your body more strong and able to perform more in more years to come.

Since the reality of that which is you is the formlessness of oneness and formlessness is endless, it is not possible to be someone definitive. So if you believe to be someone at all, you are dreaming. Thus any solution in a dream is just a replacement of one illusion with another, so the only solution is to undo believe that you are there.

But whether you try to become more pure via eating more vegan or thinking more positive thoughts by exercising more self-control, you will not feel more fulfilled, because what you get is nothing but empty space in a new disguise. Thus the only thing, that gets bigger is the hunger for more.

According to body psychology a person with the corners of its mouth turned downwards tends to be depressed. If that is so, it is obvious, Amma has a craving for happiness and needs to be loved by many people to feel delighted. When connected with ´the empty breath´ though, it does not matter if you feel depressed or happy, because it undoes the belief in being someone definitive, so that there is nobody to be happy or sad or anything else, which is very blissful. »It is said that the lifespan of a butterfly is only a few days to a week. Yet how joyously it flies around! It spreads delight and happiness to everyone. Our lives should be like this«. This quote from Amma clearly shows, that most so-called spiritual people have the same wish as everybody else in a world where there seems to be more than one, namely to become more happy. Yet that is not something you can become in such a world, neither somewhere else, because that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one, and it takes more than one to be happy or be anything at all.

Spiritual growth is an idea of the special self,* who always strives to become and have something better, as doing so confirms the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. But since that is formless and therefore endless this is not possible.

If you do not feel validated as someone special unless there seems to be some kind of drama around you, you are not looking for peace but shit, as you feed from those you judge to be problematic.

From this follows that the special self* – just like everything else in a world where there seems to be more than one – is nothing. And since nothing only can be experienced as something, if divided into opposing parts that define each other as something, for example light and darkness, what you believe to be can only be experienced when it is imagined to be contrasted by something that is opposite to that. Read more about that here. So to feel that you are spiritual and good, you define somebody else as carnal and evil.

The special self* needs to believe, there is something bad in the world outside of it – television, society, the president or whatever – that is to be blamed for its frustration, so it appears as if that has nothing to do with itself but is caused by something experienced to be outside of it. In this way it has established it is separated from the evil in the world and thus above it, which it imagines will make it feel better.

But that is not the way it goes. Frustration grows. That is unless you do not try to solve so the uncontrolled energy of it can ignite a take-off to the empty breath, because then the apparent difference between good and bad makes no difference, neither does the apparent difference between inside or outside. Thus there is no separation experienced and therefore no frustration.

Anything can be used to meet this purpose. The thoughts and feelings you choose to hang onto regarding a specific person, seem to prove your you are different that person and thus someone definitive. By imagining that these thoughts and feelings are caused by that person, you also seem to verify that there is more than one. That is unless you go with the indifference of the empty breath because then the apparent difference between inside and outside makes no difference.

As only shapes can be changed, nothing can be changed, because oneness is formless and therefore endless. In other words, if you thin you can change or be transformed, you have forgotten, that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one.

The function of the empty breath is to undo the belief, that there is more than that which is one
In Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings you are not advised to exert self-control in order to be changed or transformed. Change is an illusion because there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one, as formlessness is endless and therefore everything.

The special self* seems to be quite successful in convincing itself that being and having more will make it more happy. But as more, therefore, never is enough, it never feels happy.

This does not stop it from persuing more because the real reason for always being on a quest for more is that this gives it the thrill of being in control. That is why, it does not want the transparent bliss of nothingness coming from the connectedness with the empty breath since is more than enough.

Thus Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are solely about undoing the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than which is one. But this cannot be done by avoiding being and having more, stopping thoughts, surrendering to something higher or letting go of this and that, because doing so enhances the belief in being someone definitive.

A pencil cannot undo what it has written, but an eraser can undo what the pencil has written. Likewise you cannot undo what you appear to be, but the empty breath can.

The empty breath, however, slowly but surely disconnect you from the experiences fabricated by the brain of a world where there seems to be more than one, so that there is not something to define you as someone definitive and thus nobody to believe, it is possible to be and have more than the formlessness of oneness.

APPENDIX:
In case you are looking for a sensational feeling of being alive, living a longer physical life, being more fit or transformed to a higher consciousness, the empty breath is not for you, because it is not offering anything but the bliss of nothing (read more about that here).

It is not possible to profit of reality, as it is that which is one and it takes more than one to profit of something. Consequently it is only possible to profit of illusions, wherefore that is what those requiring money for their so-called spiritual teachings are doing.

This is not to say, that it is bad to profit of something, but that doing so is a product of the belief, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Hence the more you profit of something, the more this belief is enhanced and thus the suffering it entails.

But if you want to use the bliss of nothing to inflate your image, you must disconnect yourself from the empty breath, so its flow of indifference does not prevent you from showing off as more free, real, unique, genuine, authentic and/or compelling than others.

Maybe Deepak Chopra – like so many other performers – is enchanted by the attention from the listeners, and therefore feels as if he is part of something bigger. The empty breath is your best friend. This may not always be your experience though, because it is of no help in regards to the appearance of your body, neither the world that appears to be around you. Yet it helps you to see everything through its eyes of indifference so you will feel good no matter the condition of your appearance and its apparent surroundings. Metaphorically speaking the empty breath is a life jacket, you got from that which is one when you left it to search for more than one. Well, it is not actually possible to leave it, as there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. Yet it seems possible imagining to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

When connected with the empty breath, what you seem to receive from the world is always the same, because you receive what you give and you give what you have, namely the indifference of the empty breath.

This life jacket – the empty breath – loves you unconditionally. Thus it is not bothered by how you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. It does not even see the world you believe to see, neither what you believe to be, because that is a fantasy made from out of nothing – and as the empty breath is nothing as well, it sees nothing but what you and the world are made from.

To see nothing is to love that which is you unconditionally. Thus the empty breath does not need your love. But as long as you believe to be someone definitive, you need to love it to feel unconditionally loved.

Feeling the connectedness with the empty breath, you probably forget to check the lottery. And when you finally remember, you smile regardless you won or not, because when you are in the flow of the empty breath, you become indifferent to a world where there seems to be more than one and its apparent expectations of you becoming and getting more.

When you are connected with the inner breath, you probably forget to check, if you did win a prize in lottery, and when you remember to check it, you smile whether you did win or not, because being connected with the inner breath, you always feel like a winner. The empty breath does not know how to heal your hay fever or anything else caused by the belief in being someone definitive. But it knows how to heal this belief. And due to the relaxation, that comes from the process of having it healed, you may intuitively explore new ways bringing about the healing of your hay fever as well. The empty breath does not heal the body, but the belief that you are in it
The guidance of the empty breath is not about how to achieve more health, money, success, love or something else, but how to see what you appear to be and have is nothing.

Being connected with the empty breath, every experience of something is perceived to be nothing. This does not mean though, that you do nothing about a broken leg, for example. But as the leg is perceived to be nothing, and so is what you do about it, you do not worry if something will be accomplished. Thus doing something about it becomes effortless.

To be loved is a need that comes from belief in separation. But as you do not perceive differences to make a difference, when relying on the indifference of the empty breath, being loved or not does not make a difference. 

If you want to uphold your appearance as someone tangible, although this appearance is 99% empty space and 1% energy according to science, my non teachings about the inner breath is not for you. The empty breath is not changing or transforming anything. Such concepts are based on the perception of separation, which is unknown to the empty breath. It knows of nothing but indifference to the apparent different appearances in the world where you believe to be, as it does not see something but nothing there.

Those advocating ´living in the now´ try to replicate the traits of the empty breath. But not by being indifferent to the world of separation fabricated by the brain, but by enhancing the belief in separation through the exclusion of the past and the future, so they can experience something they believe to be now, although all experience is a fabrication of the past executed by the brain. The indifference of the empty breath results in all being the same – not in the sense though that positive and negative, for example, is experienced to be the same, but that their apparent difference makes no difference. Thus it makes no difference, whether you think positive or negative, feel cherished or rejected, try to make the world better or not, search for higher consciousness or not, are living in the now or whatnot.

When connected with the empty breath you cannot perceive yourself as someone definitive. That is why there is nobody to help or attack you.

This detachment, however, that is a natural trait of the empty breath, cannot be replicated by being an observer or anything else as that implies you believe to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, and detachment is indifferent to this or any other belief.

The function of the empty breath is not to improve your apparent condition or the conditions experienced to surround you, as that is just a replacement of one illusion with another. Its function is to facilitate the undoing of the belief, that there is more than that which is one, so this belief does not appear to hide there is no more than that which is one.

To transform or in any other way change what what you appear to makes no difference because all appearances are nothing but a construction of thoughts. Therefore my non teachings are not concerned about what you think or how much you think, but that you belief that you are thinking. When that belief is undone, thoughts do not seem to have any power anymore.

Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are not concerned with what you appear to think or how much you seem to think, but that you believe to be thinking. To connect with the empty breath, you do not need to stop anything but the belief that there is anything
You may have noticed, that in the articles about the empty breath you are not promised to be transformed, transcended or in any other way be changed. This is because changing or transforming something in a world where there seems to be more than one is just a replacement of one illusion with another.

This can be compared to the world on a computer screen. No matter how it is changed, everything is the same, because there is nothing on the screen. Everything is on a hard disk and yet there is nothing there but zeros and ones. It is not before the zeros and ones have been processed by an app into what appears to be on the screen, that the nothingness of the hard disk seems to be a tangible world, where it seems changes can be made.

Thus the empty breath, which in this context just like what and where you believe to be is unprocessed zeros and ones, has no interest in stopping anything on the screen or to make you think more positive about it. Whatever is on the display or what you think about it makes no difference.*

If something seems to trouble you, use the frustration to ignite a take-off to the empty breath, so that whatever you think or feel does not appear to make a difference. See Take-offs to ´the empty breath´.

So nothing needs to be changed, and thoughts need not be stopped. The only problem is the belief, that what you are conscious about is real. And that is the concern of the empty breath, namely to undo the belief in you being someone with a consciousness. The inner breath has nothing to do with what you eat, how you dress or if walk or sit. Neither has it anything to do with meditation but to being a medium of it. In other words, it is given to you when you are not be someone specific but nobody.

Connecting with the empty breath has nothing to do with what you eat, how you dress or what you think. Neither has it anything to do with meditation except in the sense of being a medium, which you are when willing not to be special but be a servant of nothing. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Taking deep breaths or in any other way manipulating the breath is not beneficial in regards to connecting with the empty breath, because doing so enhances the belief in being someone definitive.

The same applies to being centred, balanced, focused or being anything else, as it is the willingness to not be anything at all, that ignites a take-off to the empty breath.

This willingness, however, does not come from forcing the body into special yoga postures, neither by controlling the mind, but by thrusting its uncontrolled flow to ignite a take-off to the empty breath, regardless you walk, sit, talk and whatnot. See Take-offs to ´the empty breath´.

To make long short, the empty breath does not know, that you assign special meaning to the emptiness of thoughts so that they appear to manifest you as someone definitive in a tangible world that is experienced to be made of physical elements instead of emptiness.

Being connected with the empty breath you are indifferent to the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one – just like you are indifferent to the experienced differences in the world of a movie or a video game, as you know it is all make-believe.

All that the empty breath knows is that there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one. Thus all that it wants is to breathe nothing but emptiness into what you believe to be, so that there does not seem to be someone hiding there never was or will be more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.


*) This should not be understood, as you should not consult a qualified health care professional in order to change your bodily condition to the better, as long as you appear to be someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Being indifferent does not mean, that you do not feel the apparent difference between for example love and hate, but because there is no need to be acknowledged as someone definitive when connected with the empty breath, you do not consider one of them to be better than the other. This indifference is also ignited by pretending to be someone definitive instead of believing to be it, and from perceiving everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one, because when every appearance is a symbol of the same, the apparent differences in the world makes no difference.

Where to find the bliss of ´the empty breath´ (in the process of being updated)

The bliss of the empty breath may be felt like an intangible yin-yang sign

When you do not believe to be made of substantial elements – whether appearing to be subtle or solid – empty space takes over.* This can of course not be illustrated, so this yin-yang illustration is just simulating the swing of the empty breath coming out of it. Since the bliss of nothingness, that sets in when connecting with the empty breath, is a state of not-knowing, it is not possible to connect with it when in the consciousness of being someone definitive. Thus the connection must be established before the brain based on signals, it claims to receive from the sensory system, renders a world defined by time and space, as if it is you who have a conscious experience of it, therefore, are someone in it.

Science states, the world we seem to feel and see consist of 99.9999999 per cent empty space. And the rest – despite it also is empty space and just like a dream has nothing substantial in it – is what we perceive to be elements of matter making up a world defined by time and space.

Thus appearing to be someone definitive is make-believe, no matter what and where you appear to be.

On account of this taking one second for the brain to accomplish, there are countless of seconds where a connection with the empty breath can be established (see how in the articles Take-offs to ´the empty breath´, and How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´ ), because in those seconds unprocessed by the brain, there is nothing to define you and therefore no consciousness of being someone definitive, so there is no difference between the nothingness of you and that of the empty breath.

Believing to coming from the heart is a way to bypass the brain, so that you appear to be more special and/or spiritual than the basic self it preserves. But it is just like painting your hair. It still comes from the head.

This has nothing to do with coming from the heart, which is just something you imagine to make you feel more special and to feel closer to your pure your essence instead of being somebody insignificant. But you have no pure essence. You are nothing. Thus being insignificant is closer to that which is you, because when you are nothing, something does not appear to hide, there are no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless

How to connect with the bliss of the empty breath

You connect with the empty breath by not connecting with the consciousness of you as someone definitive experiencing the tangible world, that the brain spends a second to fabricate from what the senses seem to have picked up in empty space. You can compare this to not turning on a video game, because you rather want to experience the physical world – except that connecting with the empty breath is not a conscious experience but a state of not-knowing, and you have less than a second to connect with that instead of the image the brain fabricate as if you are someone definitive. This is plenty of time though, provided you are willing to not be conscious of something but be a servant of nothing. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As the empty breath sees no separation, it has no need to connect with you, no matter what and where you believe to be. You, on the other hand, need to connect with it, if you want to be indifferent to the belief in the brains conversion of empty space into a world where you seem to be someone separated from everything else by time and space. Forget about being conscious of the empty breath, as what you are conscious about is never the present but the past.

Having connected with the empty breath in the second that has not yet been processed by the brain and hereafter not picking up on the brains deceptive fabrication of you as someone living in a capsule of time and space, the second unprocessed by the brain is extended into a state of not-knowing.

This state though cannot last more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, if you want to remain as if you are someone definitive, because if the brain is not constantly occupied with thoughts, that seems to confirm the conscious experience of you as someone definitive, it falls into a coma.

So being in a state of not-knowing for more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, is the end of being there or anywhere else, because the signals that appear to come from empty space are no longer registered by the brain, wherefore there is neither nothing or something that seems to cover up, there never was or will be anything else than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore has no beginning or end.

the bliss of the empty breath that undoes the belief in being someone definitive

Is it the bliss of the empty breath that undoes the belief in being someone definitive, or is the undoing of this belief that causes the bliss of the empty breath? Since that question arises from the belief in being someone definitive, which is an illusion fabricated by the brain, there is no answer to it, neither to who has fabricated this illusion or who choose to have the belief in it undone. How not to be deceived by the brains fabrication of you as someone definitive in a world defined by time and space but instead drift in the bliss of not-knowing is a question that cannot be answered, since it is founded on the belief that you are someone definitive, and the bliss of not-knowing comes from the indifference to that belief.

Neither can it be known, if it is the empty breath or not believing to be someone definitive that comes first in regards to be in the transparency of not-knowing. The only reason somebody wants to know this – or anything else in regards to a state of not-knowing – is that they believe to be defined by what they know, and they rather remain as somebody definitive than nobody in the bliss of not-knowing.

Thus the above about where to find the transparent bliss, that the empty breath entails, is not an attempt to answer the question but to rule it out. The same applies to the below, which is a further exploration of the above.

what you see is a translation produced by the brain


It takes time for the brain to correct the signals, it receives from the eyes about a flower, for example, so that it does not appear to be upside down but a coherent right-side-up image in the way you expect to see a flower. It takes time for the brain to adopt the signals it seems to receive from your eyes, so they appear to be something substantial in the tangible world, we collectively have agreed to see outside of us. All the signals, for example, must to be flipped in order to produce an image of a world that does not appear to be upside down. Read more about that here.

This is not a skill, we are born with. The brain in a baby does not know how to do that. But in order to integrate the baby in the belief system of the world, the brain must quickly learn how to turn the incoming signals into a coherent right-side-up image, so it seems the baby is having the same experience of the world as everybody else.

now is an illusion fabricated by the brain

You do not know what you are reading in this very moment, because what you believe to read now is the brains delayed adaption of the signals, it received from your eyes one second ago. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Where to enter the transparent bliss of the empty breath?
Even though it only takes the brain a few milliseconds to register the signals, it receives from the eyes in this very moment, what you are conscious about right now is something else, because the brain needs a second more to process a conscious experience of those signals, so that you believe they are what you experience to see now.

The brain extrapolate the second it uses to process the signals, it claims to receive from the senses, into an experience that seems to confirm, you are someone definitive experiencing them now not one second ago.

In other words, since your conscious experience of now is a delayed interpretation of the signals the eyes received one second ago, what you believe to read now was read in the past.

When not organising thoughts and feelings into specific categories, they do not seem to represent something in a substantial world. Hence there is nothing to block out the empty breath, that does not know of such a world or that you believe to be someone there. All it knows is the nothingness from which this fantasy has been made, because it is that nothingness.

now is a delayed interpretation of the past

The data, that your experience of this image is based on, the brain received from your eyes at least one second ago. In other words, your experience of now is a delayed interpretation of the past fabricated by the brain in order to fool you into believing, that you are someone definitive having your own life. Yet you have nothing of on your own because what you believe to be is a product of the brain made from out of nothing. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As this means you are never conscious of the present but the past, and as the empty breath is only in the present, the way to connect with it is to not be conscious but return to the second of no consciousness (see how in the articles Take-offs to ´the empty breath´ and How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´ ), where the signals from the sensory organs have not been processed by the brain into a conscious experience of you as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Since there is nobody in this second unprocessed by the brain, there is not somebody to believe, that the apparently different signals received via the sensory system are making a difference. Thus the brains interpretation of them, as if they are a reflection of different substantial elements making up a world where there seems to be more than one is exposed to be a fiction, that hides they are a reflection of nothing and not of something, wherefore there is no differences that appear to separate you from the empty breath.

The experience of a dimensional world is a fabrication of the brain, which it produces by overlaying the flat signals hitting the two eyes into one seamless image of a 3D world. See hack #2.3 Life is flat or hack #2.5 Size does not matter.

what you believe to be is the brain

The brain uses five per cent of its capacity to construct a self, that through selected parts of the signals hitting the sensory organs in combinations with singled out memories, feelings and imaginations make up an exciting story about itself, that is stored all over inside the brain as if it is you. How long time does connectedness with the empty breath lasts?
It is just five per cent of the brain, that is used to shape the conscious experience of ourselves as somebody defined by time and space. Much more space though is needed to establish this experience as real. Thus a big part of the brain is constantly occupied with thoughts about ourselves as if they are caused by a tangible world experienced to revolve around us and therefore seem to confirm, that we are somebody definitive. If not kept busy by making it appear, as if there is something where there is nothing, the brain falls into coma, so you can only remain as if you are someone in the tangible world fabricated by it, if you do not float too long in the transparent bliss of a state of not-knowing, that the empty breath entails.

It seems, that when the brain is not kept busy with thoughts, we appear to think ourselves about ourselves (see No talking is needed to come back to that which is one and The ins and outs of the inner senses) for 20 minutes, 45 at the most, it falls apart – and since all our selected memories are stored there and the sum of them is what we believe to be, this belief falls apart as well.

When you look for something better, a state of not-knowing is fenced off, until you are so fed up with looking for the best, that the almost involuntary reflex to divide the world into better and worse is dismissed in favour for the indifference of the empty breath. Thus connecting with the empty breath is not a matter of doing it right but having had enough.

Thus a state of not-knowing cannot last too long at a time. That is not a problem though, because mostly it lasts no longer than the moment it takes for the uncontrolled speed of thoughts and emotions to ignite it (see Take-offs to ´the empty breath´ and How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´ ).

In the bliss of the empty breath you are indifferent to being and having more

The urge to be and have more is the cause of all suffering because more wants more, so there will never be enough. That is not a problem though, when connected with the empty breath, because it is indifferent to differences, so you always have enough. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Even in a state of not-knowing the urge to be someone special may be so deep-rooted, that it paves the way for the brain – perhaps just for a split second – to break through with its version of you as someone, who can be and have something special, if agreeing to identify selected sensory signals to be better than others, for example those that seem to manifest you in a special relation with a spouse, children of yours, pets or bodily wellness.

As nothing appears to make a difference in a state of not-knowing, there is no special place to go or someone special to love, so if having a need for something special, it feels as being inside an unbreakable armour of pain instead of floating in the bliss of nothingness.

If not trying to escape this feeling of claustrophobia but including it as it is, it is not definable as something and thus nothing but that from where bliss of nothingness is coming.

Compared to this vision of you as someone special in control of what to be and have, the simple bliss of nothingness seems boring, because there is nobody to be excited about being and having something special.

Love, empathy and whatnot are feelings fabricated by the brain, so that the experience of you as someone definitive, seems to be a happy one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When you succeed in having sex with somebody, the brain rewards you by releasing dopamine, which is the same it releases if you take drugs. And if the relation goes on it is not about love but to follow the demands of the brain, so it will release a new shot of dopamine.

Like everything else this has an end. But if you start showing more empathy in your relation, the brain is gonna reward you with shots of oxytocin – also called ´the hugging hormone´ – that instantly creates a feeling of happiness. And if you go along with the instructions of the brain, you will soon have a baby to cuddle.

Thus a state of not-knowing is left behind by imagining to be so special, that someone else, who also is special, is impressed and wants to be in a special relationship with you, so what you seem to have together can replace the feeling of loneliness, that arises from judging someone or something to be special.

That is, until you are so weary from living up to the expectations of being someone special, that you prefer to use your frustration as a take-off to the empty breath (see how in the articles Take-offs to ´the empty breath´ and How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´ ), and float in the bliss of nothingness, that arises from being indifferent to the desire of being and having something special.

The bliss of the empty breath is a state of not-knowing, that is all-inclusive

If you try to exclude the desire for something special in order to remain in a state of not-knowing, you are already out of it, because being in a state of not-knowing is all-inclusive, contrary to being someone definitive, that is exclusive. So if not excluding but including your desire, you are still nobody in the bliss of not-knowing, and thus in its guidance of everything included.

In this case you used hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is pure bliss. But you could also have continued by using a hack to connect with the empty breath by using the restless energy of your desire to ignite a take-off to the empty breath (see How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´ ), as all the duality hacks are interchangeable.

Even though Alexius mostly was in a state of not-knowing, when he for two days was stuck in the rainforest without food and water, it was the inclusion of his fear, that made it possible for the empty breath to use it in guiding him to a helicopter, that wired him up from there. See the article Every moment is the perfect moment – also for dying in the rainforest.

The bliss of the empty breath has no centre

The flow of the empty breath goes in all directions within its non-definable frame as a circle with no fixed centre. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

So when not insisting that your spouse and whatnot is special, which is done by not excluding but including your desire to be and have something special (see hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is pure bliss), the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one do not make appear to make difference, and you continue in the flow of the empty breath, that helps you dealing with everything included.

The flow of the empty breath goes in all directions – up and down, back and forth, from right to left, or anywhere in between – within its non-definable borders of a circle with no fixed centre or size (see the illustrations in What does ´the empty breath´ feel like?).

It makes no difference to the empty breath though what direction you follow or how much you are connected with it. Your willingness to connect is all that it wants (see the paragraph The only requirement is a willingness in ´The empty breath´ and the bliss of not believing to be someone). And if it is there, it automatically syncs the inner and outer senses, so the sense of stability in the inner ones helps you to get through the sense of instability in the outer ones (see What and where are the inner and outer senses).

You cannot know what is in your own best interest, because you believe to be someone in need of something special. The empty breath, however, knows what you believe to be is not something but nothing. Thus what you need is not the excitement of something but the bliss of nothing.

This does not mean, it will seem easier to get a new spouse, more money and whatnot in the world of the outer senses, but that it is easier seeing, it makes no difference what you appear to be and have, because that which is you is not a limited creature in a capsule of time and space but the formlessness of oneness.

In the bliss of the empty breath you do not know what and where you are

In a state of not-knowing, you do not know what and where you are. No worries. It is not needed. On the contrary. It is the assumption, that you know what and where you are, that covers the bliss of not-knowing it. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

More ways to a state of not-knowing
Inclusiveness also results in a state of not-knowing (see hack #3.3 Inclusiveness is pure bliss), and so does pretending to be someone instead of believing to be that (see hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive), or having glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one (see hack #5-7.2 The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be found in a world where there seems to be more than one, but glimpses of it can), or perceiving everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one (see hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life), or acknowledging that the experience of such a world is something you are having alone together (see hack #8.8 Alone together is the key to that which is one).

All other duality hacks (see More Duality Hacks and Extra Duality Hacks) except the enlightenment of that which is one also result in a state of not-knowing. If they differ from each other is not to say, as the brain does not fabricate a conscious experience of them.

How many triangles are there in this image?
As the brain automatically fill in the missing pieces in this image to make you believe, that you see two triangles, you will probably disagree with the grey triangle being an illusion and the one partly framed by a black stroke being disconnected.

But if you cover the three incomplete black circles, the grey triangle disappears and the other one is fragmentary.

Since it is the brain that decides what we see, hear, feel, smell and taste, we are not free, but something fabricated and controlled by it to believe, we are somebody in a world where there seems to be more than one, and not the formlessness of that which is one.

Hence there is nothing to heal but the sick belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, which is done by connecting with the empty breath in the second before the brain fabricate a conscious experience of us, as if we are somebody in a world where there seems to be more than one.

This does not mean, that the empty breath is the formlessness of that which is one, as it takes more than one to be anything, but that it metaphorically speaking is the door to that which is one, where there is no being, awareness or anything else that requires more than one.

The brain deceives you to fence off the bliss of the empty breath

When the brain every now and then screens out what you see, so you do not get seasick from the movement of your eyes, it fills the gaps based on past memories. But as they most often have been heavily edited, the story fabricated by the brain to fill in the gaps may clash with the story of the present, so that the discrepancy makes you feel, that something is wrong in you or the world. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

You are literally blind at least two hours a day
You are probably not aware, that every now and then throughout the day you are literally blind, because the brain screens out what you see, so you do not get seasick from the eyes are moving around. The reason you do not notice being blind two hours a day is that the brain hides it by filling the gaps with visual impressions of what it predicts to happen.

Not you but the brain is in charge
In the first episodes of a new TV show there are hints pointing to the forthcoming ones, and as the brain thrives from envisaging what is going to happen next, it is trapped into anticipating the future of the characters and thus enchanted by its own predictions into a state of amusement.

The writers of Game of Thrones try to hook you up and fence of the bliss of the empty breath

The writers of ´Game of Thrones´ want us to bond emotionally with the characters, so that we feel attracted to them, as if they are real and not just a fantasy. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

But the future of the characters does not turn out as predicted by the brain, because the writers of the show do not comply with their own hints, when writing the next episodes. Thus the fate of the characters becomes a mystery, that the brain hopes to unravel in the following episodes, wherefore it compels you to stick with the show until the very end. In other words, it is not you but the brain that is in charge.

But as the predictions fabricated by the brain to fill the gaps of blindness basically are a remix of memories, that have been adjusted every time recalled in order to boost the story of you as the good one fighting the bad ones, it may not match the story others have of the same moments.

In case the brain does not receive enough data from the eyes to produce the image you expect to see, it draws on your past experiences to fabricate what it predicts that you want to see.

Consequently, you conclude, something is wrong in your story or in that of others, wherefore you start trying to correct what is judged to be wrong.

Most likely you do not read this article, but what your brain predicts you want to read.

There is nobody in the bliss of the empty breath

There is nobody to find in the story of your life as someone definitive because it is pure fiction. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The more you seem to be successful in this, the more you believe, that the story can be shaped in such a way, that it comes out with a better version of you. Yet no matter how it is changed, the story remains a fantasy, and so is the idea that it has an author.

Just like within the context of a world where there seems to be more than one, a dream does not have an author or anything in it, neither the dreamer, nor it is in the dreamer or anywhere else. It is a deception made to look as if nothing is something.

The world is not something we see but a construction of thoughts arranged by the brain in accordance with its translation of the signals it seems to receive from the eyes. The same applies to what we believe to hear, feel, smell and taste. More about this in the article All experiences are equally unreal.

Fortunately the brain is not capable of translating the empty breath, so when connected with that and thus in its indifference, we are not deceived by the construction of thoughts produced by the brain to make us believe we are somebody limited by time and space.

In the bliss of the empty breath the belief in duality is undone

In a state of not-knowing it is not possible for the brain to establish the usual consciousness of you as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. This does not mean, however, that the consciousness of you as someone definitive is replaced by something better or higher but by no consciousness at all. Thus there is nobody to be conscious about the bliss that comes from not believing to be someone. That is why it is like air walking in air. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

There is no awareness of differences in a state of not-knowing
In a state of not-knowing you are blind in the sense, that there is no conscious experience of you as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Thankfully this is resolved by the empty breath and not the brain, which records the signals it assumes to receive from senses like it always does, but as the connectedness with the empty breath fences off the fabrication of a conscious experience of them, there is no awareness of how the brain categorise the different signals in contrasts of for example good or bad, right or wrong, love or hate, within and without and so on.

Though a world where there seems to be more than one is seen in the usual way when in a state of not-knowing, its apparent differences are not believed to make a difference. Thus there is no experience of being someone definitive and therefore nobody to be happy, sad or anything else.

This does not mean that there are no feelings. but that nobody relate them to them as if they make a difference.

Consequently, the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one, therefore, cannot be judged to make a difference, wherefore there is nothing special to love or hate and thus nothing specific to worry about.

The bliss of the empty breath is the bliss of nothing

When the body, that you appear to be living in, again and again drops something, you could be defined to be clumsy. If you believe this and feel guilty about it, you may want to change it.

But as every effort to improve yourself is based on the belief, that there is something wrong with you, your efforts are not changing this belief but enhancing it. This, however, you secretly accept, because even though you do not like to be defined as clumsy, it is preferable to not being defined, as that means you are nobody.

Yet being nobody, there is not somebody to be clumsy or something else. There is just emptiness, and that is pure bliss.

The bliss of the empty breath is not the end station

A state of not-knowing is not the end station, but a way to see that there is no end and that everything appearing to have an end is an illusion, as there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

There is no more than that which is one
Be aware, that the connectedness with the empty breath is not similar to being connected with that which is one, since the latter is not possible, as it takes more than one to be connected with something.

The connectedness with the indifference of the empty breath is simply a way to overlook the apparent differences fabricated by the brain so that they are not judged to make a difference, and a world where there seems to be more than one, therefore, does not appear to establish the belief in separation.

Going with the flow of the empty breath is just as easy as going with the flow of sex. The latter though does not result in the undoing of the belief, that you are someone definitive, unless the orgasm is used to ignite a take-off to the empty breaththe empty breath<//i>. In the sense that no thinking is needed, following the flow of the empty breath is no different from following the flow of the genitals. The result of the latter though is the enhancement of the belief in being someone definitive instead of undoing it.

This is not to say though, that sex should be avoided (see Holding back to not ejaculate is just another physical manifestation – but without the physical thrill of it), because the exclusion of sex or anything else adds to the definition of you as someone definitive. In orgasm, however, can be used to ignite a take-off to the empty breath. That is, if you do not hold back, but are nothing else than the orgasm.

But despite the connectedness with the indifference of the empty breath, therefore, undoes the belief in separation, it is also enhancing it, because it requires more than one to connect with something.

The problems, you seem to have, do not come from the world where you believe to be, but from the belief that you are someone there. Hence the solution to all problems is the same, namely the undoing of that belief.

The same applies to let go of the connectedness with the empty breath or whatnot, so to not enhance the belief in separation but having it undone, you do not choose to connect with the empty breath or something at all, which means you are connected with nothing and thus in the flow of the empty breath.

[+] How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´ (draft)

When not trying to make sense of this image but going with its absurdity, the free-flowing energy of the experience spontaneously ignites a take-off to the empty breath and its bliss of emptiness. That is if there is a willingness to forget what you believe to be. The animation is grabbed from Ello.

If not perceiving the experience of reading this to be special, it cannot define you as unique. Thus there is not something special to obscure the bliss of nothing.

As soon as you have had enough of the confusion coming from the belief in being special and do not try to edit or transform the energy of it into something better, it automatically ignites a take-off to the empty breath. Since that resides in a gap between nothing and something and your current experience of being someone reading something is processed by the brain from what it imagined to receive from out of nothing one second ago (read more about that here), the take-off only takes about one second.

In other words, when connecting with the empty breath, you go back almost one second in linear time to the gap in between nothing and something where it resides.  From this gap, the brains rendering of nothing into a world of something is seen as you used to, but it is not perceived to be something and thus not you to be someone, wherefore you are in the bliss of emptiness.

In linear time, it may take a few more seconds, or years, before this is so because out of reflex you probably try to force the breath through the tensions of the body, caused by the feelings that you have suppressed from your awareness by hiding them there, instead of having the empty breath see to it. Since it considers the tensions as nothing, there is not something to pass.

Every time you believe in fighting something, it is to prevent being nothing.

It may feel as if you are fighting with the empty breath about how to breathe. This fight, however, is solely between what you believe to be and an imagined intruder because the empty breath is not intruding you. That is not possible. It does not see you as someone made of solid elements, but of emptiness like itself.  When you stop fighting, it will, therefore, be like nothing going through nothing.

To get to this point, you must be willing to breathe through the painful areas in the body instead of distracting yourself from feeling them. This does not mean that you cannot use medicine or acupuncture, for example, to ease the fear of pain. That may make it easier to pass through spasms, cramps and whatnot. There may be instances where more professional healthcare is needed. After all, the empty breath is not healing the body but the belief that there is someone there.

Having passed the apparent physical and emotional obstacles, not as somebody but nobody, it may at first feel like the empty breath takes its time before it slowly sets off from the abdomen. Almost like it is an inner breath that pumps air from there through to extract the body (read more about that here). Having done that, it goes on without any concept of inside and outside of a body.

Although this is nothing going through nothing, it is in a world where everything is experienced as something also experienced like that, for example as you are surfing the rhythmic flow of the empty breath, going with the sound or swing of or the total abstractness behind its rhythmic flow. This you can read more about in What does ´the empty breath´ feel like?

Although it may have been speed and chaos that connected you with the empty breath, being in its connectedness, which is a state of not-knowing, is not a speedy or chaotic affair but like weightlessly walking on clouds. Think of being high up in the sky in an aeroplane. Although it was the speed that ignited the take-off and it must be maintained to keep you in the sky, it is not the speed that you feel but a laid-back experience of being in the clouds.

Being connected with the empty breath or not we are, by the way, always moving extremely fast because our feet is spinning at 1.000 miles an hour, if at the equator and a little less when north and south of it, and the entire planet is hurtling around the sun at 67.000 miles an hour. Having a static perception of ourself we do not feel the thrill of this but having a perception that is in sync with the brain (read more about that here) we feel it and can use it to ignite a take-off to the empty breath.

This is one of the ways the basic self ignites a take-off to the empty breath. But the ways described in this article and in hack #4.4 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing are mainly geared for the special and not the basic self. Read more about that in hack #4.2 The basic self versus the special one. That is because most are drawn in by the excitement they imagine to get from being special rather than the pure happiness that comes from being basic, as the latter will not make them somebody in a world where being special, bitchy and having something better is the standard.

So although being special brings about stress and being basic entails relaxation, almost everybody does their best to be established as very special in a mundane or so-called spiritual way. In regards to the basic self, it is therefore not the stress of being somebody but the relaxation of being nobody, that ignites a take-off to the empty breath.

If not focused but defocused, all the elements used to construct what you believe is you blur out. Hence they do not seem to be something, and you, therefore, no different from the nothingness where the empty breath resides. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Let us imagine, you have covered your eyes by your hand, so you can indulge in a daydream without being disturbed of the world outside of you. Though it feels great to be in this fantasy of a better world, it also feels frustrating being cut off from the world as it is.

So when you want to see the world as it is and you sense nothing but your own hand is stopping you from that, you automatically remove it. It is, therefore, the built-up frustration and the realisation it is caused by your own hand, that makes you take it away.

Having had enough of something ignites a take-off to the empty breath and the bliss of nothing
Generally speaking, the process in the above box resembles the way a take-off to the empty breath is ignited. The perception of the experiences you seem to have is believed to establish you as someone substantial in a tangible world and therefore to hide that it is just a fantasy made from out of nothing.

This perception, which is to be compared to the hand in the above box, is made from selected thoughts organised into a spiritual or mundane vocabulary (read more about that here), that you share with like-minded ones to confirm them as somebody who can attest to you as somebody as well and not just a fantasy composed of thoughts. Read more about this here.

You may not only sense the bare feet making the footprints in this photo but also the body they belong to. Yet there is no body in the image, neither does anybody make footprints like those. When you have had enough of the confusion that comes from perceiving this fantasy to be real, you loosen the grip on the selected thoughts making up your perception of it. Hence they are not able to establish the apparent differences in the fantasy to make a difference. Consequently, the illusion does not appear to be something but nothing. Not in a sense, though, that you see nothing, but that what you see is not perceived to be something.

In other words, when you are fed up from perceiving your experiences to be real instead of fantasy, your frustration ignites a take-off to the empty breath. Since it takes you back to the nothingness from where the imagination of you as someone is conceived (read more about that here), you do not know what and where you are. Thus there is nobody to perceive experiences as if they are something. This does not mean they are transparent but that they are not attributed with a specific meaning.

The empty breath cannot be experienced as if it is something definitive because it resides in the nothingness unprocessed by the brain. Hence it is not noticed when you want to experience something specific.

Since this is a state of not-knowing, there is no awareness of the bliss that nothing entails when not disguised as something. But memories of it pop up when you return to the conscious experience of being someone, which you must do latest 20 minutes, 45 at most, after entering a state of not-knowing, if you want to remain as if you are someone substantial in a tangible world. Read more about that here.

Be warned, though, when returning from a state of not-knowing to the consciousness of being someone definitive, the slate has been wiped clean, so even though you just had a unique experience, you are not special anymore but the basic self you always were supposed to be. As you are, therefore, not recognised as special, you may judge the world to be unjust.

What you believe to be and see is fabricated by the brain, so when it runs out of oxygen there is no more to be and see. Fortunately this fabrication of you as someone with a beginning and an end is easily bypassed, because it is made from out of nothing. The animation is grabbed from the web.

When a feeling is justified, it seems that it does not come from you but somewhere else. Yet it has only been excluded from your awareness. The feeling remains in the body as suppressed energy. To set it free, so it can ignite a take-off to the empty breath, you do not need to know what it is you have suppressed and why.

You just have to acknowledge the state of numbness it entails by totally being that and nothing else, as this does not leave something to define it, wherefore a take-off to the empty breath spontaneously is ignited and the suppressed feeling unveiled as nothing twisted into something special, so that you, who also is nothing, can appear as if you are important.

Here you can read more about totally being what you feel, so that whatever you are feeling is exposed as transparent bliss of nothing.

No worries, if you acknowledge the disappointment as yours instead of projecting it onto the world it can be used to ignite another take-off to the empty breath, so the slate again is wiped clean This applies not only to feeling disappointed but any feeling that is not justified with something, regardless you are aware of what exactly you feel and why. In other words, to entirely be what you feel in this moment ignites a take-off to the empty breath.

Had you not complained about your new status as a basic self when you returned from a state of not-knowing, there would have been no disappointment to ignite a new take-off to the empty breath. No worries. Being a basic self, you are happy and being that, there is no need to perceive experiences as something because happiness does not come from what you experience but from being in sync with the brain. See hack #4.2 The basic self versus the special one.

As the experiences, therefore, are not ascribed with special meaning, they seem so unimportant, that, every now an there, there does not appear to be something to hide the bliss of nothing. In other words, you automatically and very quickly go back and forth a state of not-knowing and the conscious experience of being someone. See To be nobody and yet somebody.

When you are totally fed up with being controlled by the thoughts and feelings, you have sought out to form a belief system of how to be special, the system is automatically left. Not in the sense that you give up, let be or surrender. But in the sense that there is nothing to define you as special and thus no need to seek out thoughts and feelings that can confirm that. As you can see, igniting a take-off to the empty breath is not a matter of denying or indulging in sex or anything else but being so fed up of with the perception you have of what is right and wrong according to your belief system, socialism for example, so that you do not want to be caged by it anymore. The connectedness with the empty breath does not come from meditating, chanting or any other technique of self-control, as control enhances the belief in being someone definitive.

If you are confused about how to connect with the empty breath, do not try to clear up the turmoil but be so confused, that there is nothing else than that and therefore not something to define you as confused. Hence you are in the gap between nothing and something where the empty breath resides.

The empty breath is not something but nothing. You cannot know how to make something that is not there work. But if you forget what and where you appear to be, you do not need to make it work because then you are someone who is not there.

If you concentrate a lot, you may be able to find, something that appears to be a person in this image, and so you may extend this appearance by imagining what that person is like. But if you do not focus, you will not see anything definable there, and so you are well on your way back to that which is you because there is nobody in the image – and you are not definable. PART 1:
Imagine that sitting in a bathtub, you start to get glimpses of something that looks like a world in the steam coming up from the bathtub. Or imagine you look at a drawing or painting of some persons. What you seem to see is not real in the sense, that there is no life in the paintings or in the world you grasp in the steam of the bath top. Yet your imagination can make those lifeless things appear to be alive.

Though projections are not real, they appear to be when you hide that their apparent effect is self-made.

If you project thoughts onto the persons in the painting, they will seem to be in love or at war depending on the thoughts you are projecting. If you feel good, you may project love onto them, and experience this to come back to you from them and not you. Hence it feels like the persons in the painting are alive.

By adding more thoughts to your love story – for example, that the persons are coming from the heart – more good vibes seem to come to you from outside, and so it seems you have a connection with somebody outside of you. Yet it is all a story, you have made up in your head in order to appear as if you are and have more than that which is one.

That which is not real cannot be explained, neither can that which is real
The above is an example to illustrate, the world is made from the fragments of things you imagine to see in oneness. The example does not explain everything, though. Who is it, that see fragments of oneness, and is it possible to have fragments of oneness?

No, it is not possible to have fragments of oneness, and consequently, there are no fragments to see. But that which is not possible in reality may be possible in a fairy tale. Yet it is not possible to logically explain how something is possible in a world of a fairy tale, because there is no logical way to explain something that is not real. If there was, it would be real. That is why so many like to ask who they are.

To exist is an illusion. It requires more than one to exist, to be or to have a consciousness and there is no more than that which is one, as it is formless and therefore endless.

Even though nobody has ever found an answer to that, they like to think the question in itself implies, that there is an answer to it, and that they, therefore, must exist as a real person.

It is just as crazy as to ask, who is the writer of this article and then start looking for the writer in the article. The writer is not there, and you are not in the world. Neither is there any explanation possible for that which is real, as it takes more than one to explain something, and reality is that which one.

So there we are – or at least we seem to be in the fairy tale of a world where there seems to be more than one. What to do about it? Doing nothing is the way out, as doing something is what makes you appear to be there.

This does not mean that there may not be bodily problems, but the body can deal with that itself. It is constructed as a self-healing organism. It may sometimes need your help to deal with its problems – just like it needs you to brush its teeth – but most of the time it is self-sufficient.

In a world encapsulated by time and space, all experiences are made up by the brain, including those of an astral world. The projections of thoughts onto the body in an attempt to make it perfect comes from your misperception of these experiences that otherwise would help you to keep the body healthy.

These misperceptions may cause you to think you must get rid of orange peel, obtain six-packs and other things that do not become the body. You can, therefore, make it easier for the body – and consequently, the person who appears to be there – by not projecting your thoughts onto the body but keep them in the mental sphere where they belong. Doing that you set the biological system free from your tyranny so it can do what it is made to, namely the health of the body.

Ways to depart that which is not real
To split body and mind in this way is also a very good exercise for departing the illusion of a world encapsulated by time and space because you can only leave it without a body. By separating body and mind, you will have a better time as a person in the world, and at the same, you are ´closer´ to the formlessness of oneness.

You could, of course, go back to your childhood and find the obsessive patterns of the mind projected on the body, and then – maybe with the help of a psychologist – face them in order to undo them. But that is very time-consuming, and the psychologist is not interested in splitting up your fabricated connection between the body and mind, as that goes against preserving the belief that we are the body, we appear to be in.

A much easier way to set the body free is to simply forgive the little child, who chose to project things of the mind onto the body, that as a grown-up has caused you so much pain. That is all! You do not have to know when the pattern started, neither do you have to understand the thought system of the little child. It is hardly understandable anyway for a grown-up. Besides, your intellectual understanding is not what the little child needs.

An even easier way to set the body free is to forgive it for doing what you have asked it to do.

The fastest and most simple way
Without that which is life no projections are possible, so you can simply choose to see all projection and what they seem to have caused, as symbols of that which is life. This way, the body may still suffer from projections onto it, but not you, because even though you appear in the world, you are not of it when perceived as a symbol of life. In other words, you are no more not a victim of the body and/or the world.

You cannot go wrong when you choose to see everything in the world as symbols of that which is life, because whatever way you to do it is a symbol of that which is life. In other words, you do not have to be pure or in any other way to be perfect, because whatever you seem to be in the world symbolises that which is life.

Ultimately there are no choices, but in the world of duality there appear to be many.

PART 2:
In a world where time appears to be linear, everything seems to take time. It takes, for example, eight minutes for the light of the sun to reach the Earth. So even though the body has been set free – see the previous article To set the body free is to set you free – it takes time before this is realised.

Nothing is very much, when there is no need to be and have more, because before there appeared to be more, there was nothing.

There may be old reflexes, that seems to disregard the new freedom because the very first reflex as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is to always be and have more than others, as that seems to confirm there is more than that which is one. But then you can ask yourself if the quest for more, brings about more satisfaction. And if not, you acknowledge, you must have been wrong in looking for more, which sets you free from the endless demand in the mind for more so you can enjoy the subtle feeling of everything being a symbol of that which is one.

When the mind is not forced upon the body, as if they are in a higher union, thoughts are not used to decide, where to go but how to go. Where to go may still be ‘heard’ as a thought though, but not one that arises from an inner debate of what is right and wrong.

This is not so much a feeling though, as it is a state of emptiness from where the body acts on direct intuition instead speculations of what is right and wrong. This does not mean, however, that thoughts cannot be useful. They come in handy when you intuitively are directed to start making dinner, where they are a great a tool in figuring out when to turn on the oven – perhaps assisted by Google where you can see how long time your food should be roasted.

A state of emptiness is too subtle to sense if you out of habit still look for more. No worries. Until that is phased out, you can enjoy the effect of emptiness, that not interfering with the body brings about, namely direct intuition.

If you have children, are in a fixed working situation or something else that seems to limit you do not have to break free from that. Direct intuition will guide you within those limits. Appearing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one is by itself a limitation of that which is life, so as long as you seem to be a person in such a world, you will not be expanding these limitations but be guided within them.

If pain in the mind is not denied the words that seems to cause the pain cannot hurt, but words projected onto the body – your own or somebody else´s – seems to be able to hurt and confirm the believe, that you are a person to be defined by time and space.

PART 3: It is in the mind that you conceive yourself as someone, definitive in a body defined by time and space. But as that which is you is formless and therefore not limited by time and space, it seems very painful to believe that you are someone definitive.

Yet it is pain, that makes this belief appear as if it is real. You pinch yourself to discover whether you are dreaming or not. It is the experience of pain that assures you to not be dreaming but alive.

In other words, to be alive is bracket together with being in pain, so even though the pain in your mind is unbearable, you do not want to really be healed of it. And as your sole existence as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is based on the denial of that which is one, denial is what you resort to in order to solve the problem with the pain in your mind. So you simply deny the pain in your mind by projecting it onto the body, which as a side effect appears more real through the pain coming from it.

Even though the projection of pain from the mind to the body results in a mind that seems peaceful, fear is also there, because you know that nothing in a world where there seems to be more than one will last. Hence you fear the return of pain.

It does not experience to return in the mind, though, but in the parts of the body, where you hid the problems that seemed to cause you pain. These parts of the body become sick, and if you succeed in healing the physical symptoms, the original problems of the mind find new places to hide – and so the story starts all over again.

A way to use the body as an offensive weapon can be to keep the mouth very closed, so no feelings slips out – especially those considered to be the evil, you judge part of the world to have done against you or others, which is the same, as the world is in the eye of the beholder.

The symptoms of sickness in your body makes you angry at the world, which you blame for the condition of it. Hence you turn your body into either a weapon of defence or attack. Maybe you keep the shoulders pushed forward into a position of defence or you keep them pushed back into a position of constant readiness to attack. You may also push one or both shoulders upwards to defend yourself against feelings coming from the body to the brain, so they instead are registered as mental activity, as that seems less frightening than facing the chaotic feelings. But physically speaking this result in shortening and/or extending the muscles, so that the natural balance of the body is messed up.

The only thing that will heal the pain in the mind is the undoing of the sick belief that you are someone definitive. This healing, however, most want to avoid, as the result is that they are nothing.

There are lots of ways to heal the symptoms of the body, but as the problem is in the mind and not the body, the problem remains until it is faced there. The way to face it is to realise, that you are not someone definitive. That will put an end to whatever destructive behaviour, you have developed, because when you are not ´there´, there is no reason to consider any feeling a problem.

So although it is painful to appear as someone definitive, you do not identify with that or any other feeling. Instead, you see them as symbols of that which is you.

Greediness is just another symbol of that which is one.

Greediness is a natural state of mind in a world where there seems to be more than one, so do not try to correct it behind ideas of a body-mind-soul connection. There is nothing to correct but the belief that you are someone definitive, and it corrects itself when seeing this state as just another symbol of that which is one, as then it becomes a positive confirmation of oneness. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

APPENDIX 1:
What you experience to receive is what you have, because you cannot recognise what you do not have. What you have is what you believe to be, so in order to undo this belief, it is, therefore, best not to disguise it behind ideas of being spiritual, but to see the greedy creature you believe to be.

And the more you see that everything in a world where there seems to be more than one are symbols of that which is one, the less frightening it is to the greedy creature you appear to be.

APPENDIX 2:
As everything can be turned into an instrument to deny your present state of mind, so can seeing everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one.

No worries. If that is the case you simply include denial as a symbol of that which is one – or include all problems as a symbol of that which is one. And should you forget to include something as a symbol of that which is one, you include your forgetfulness as a symbol of that which one.

The self, the consciousness, the brain and that which is one

The brain cannot force the consciousness that it has implemented in the self it has created to acknowledge the experiences it continuously fabricates of a tangible world. But if the self wants to appear as it exists as someone substantial in the tangible world of the experiences, its consciousness has to endorse them as experiences of the self (read more about that here) because otherwise there is not something to confirm the existence of it.

If appearing as someone substantial in a tangible world does not seem appealing to the self, it should not pay attention to the stream of thoughts the brain makes to simulate the existence of such a world. Nor should it try to stop or change the constant stream, but sense to the emptiness from where the brain seems to have created it.

This, however, is not possible to do while experiencing to be something. But as the experience of something is made by the brain, and as it takes one second to do that (read more about that here), you can sense the unprocessed version of any experience of something at the beginning of that second (read more about that here), and thus remain in the bliss of not-knowing (read more about that here) what and where the brain makes you experience to be one second later.

You cannot continue in this state of not-knowing* for more than 20 minutes, 45 at most. See the hack 20 minutes, 45 at most in Extra Duality Hacks. After that, you must again acknowledge that you are someone substantial by having conscious experiences of the tangible world rendered by the brain because otherwise, the brain falls into a coma, and you disappear in the nothingness from where your existence was conceived, wherefore there is nobody to experience nothing to be something anymore.

If the latter is the case, the unprocessed experiences from a state of not-knowing,* which are glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, which you see, hear, feel or taste, quickly seem to merge into one light, sound, feeling or taste and thus bids welcome the enlightenment of that which is one.

As it takes more than one to exist, what you believe to exist is gone and it was never there. And as this includes the believer, there is nobody to experience the light, sound, feeling or taste of oneness. Nor that the nothingness of you gracefully falls through a boundless black hole until there is no hole or anything else appearing to hide that which always has been and always will remain, namely the formlessness of oneness.

As there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless, and as it takes more than one to experience something, the experience of being someone who sees this image is an illusion. Nobody has ever seen Santa Claus. He is purely make-believe. The same applies to what and where you appear to be (read more about that here).

The above explanation should not be taken too literally, as doing so you remain in the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Having this belief undone just requires to admit that you do not have the willingness for this because by doing so, you acknowledge that being and having more than that which is one is make-believe. Thus the journey without distance to that which is one has begun.

To make long short, the enlightenment of that which is one abruptly terminates all experiences and thus the one appearing to have them. Applying the other duality hacks, it is a process over time, which they help you to enjoy – especially the hack you read, hack #4.2 The basic self versus the special one. So, for now, we go on as if we are somebody in a world where there seems to be more than one, and we explore how our experience of being there can be a happy one. 

The fear of not being somebody makes you dependent on the brain

Although the basic self feels free to follow the brain and the special self feels free from it, none of them is free. If not for the brain, it is not possible to appear as if you are somebody. Thus the freedom of the special self is pure speculation built on the perception that its experiences are coming from the heart, higher consciousness or whatnot, although all experiences are processed by the brain.

What you believe to be can be compared to a smartphone. Although it can do thousands of things, it is entirely dependent on its operator – just like you are of the brain.

So in each their one way, the basic and special self needs the brain. Without it, they are nobody, and since this is so frightening that they rather die than acknowledging their non-existence,** they are equally dependent on the brain to be ratified as somebody. The basic self does not hide this and proudly follows the brain. The special self, on the other hand, denies this and always oppose the brain. Yet what you fight, you need.

Just like the tricks of a magician are laid bare, the more you watch them, the experiences of the brain are exposed tas nothing distorted into something, the more you follow the brain. Hence the basic self sooner or later realises that the appearance as someone in a tangible world is a deception.

Having fully realised that, it does not appear to be someone anymore. Consequently, there is nobody to recognise that this or any other realisation is an illusion because there is nobody to know anything since that takes more than one and there is no more than that which is one.

Relating to the script of the brain

The special self is so removed from its basic being that it needs to be grounded or be transformed into a higher self (read more about being grounded here). But the basic self has no such needs. It does not search for anything but relates to the thoughts coming from the brain as they are so it always is in sync with the present experience processed by the brain.

Relating to the thoughts of the brain does not mean you must be in agreement with them to feel good. As long as your reaction refers to the thoughts of the brain, you will feel entertained whether you seem to be angry or calm.

Nor does relating to the thoughts of the brain make your life more consistent. Maybe you get an impulse to read this article in the middle of doing the dishes, and so you do, regardless of being the basic or special self, because the brain is in charge no matter what you believe to be. It is not in charge of how you perceive this interruption and thus how you respond to it.

The special self does relate to the present experience produced by the brain but how it had expected it to be. Thus it feels fragmented.

As the special self feels incomplete the apparent inconsistency in its experience triggers that, so it perceives it to be wrong and thus responds in a neurotic way. It blames the brain for this and tries to exclude what it perceives to get from it and only include what it judges to come from from the heart, for example. But all experiences are processed by the brain, and it is not possible to eliminate any part, except in one´s perception of them.

The basic self, on the other hand, perceives the apparent disturbance as an integrated part of the day´s entertainment. That is if it perceives any disruption at all. Most likely not, because the basic self feels fulfilled so it has no need to perceive anything as incomplete.

Being in sync with the script of the brain or not

If you perceive the sun to go up and down, your perception is out of sync with the script of the brain because the sun is not going up and down. It is what and where you believe to be, that is going up and down. See also The sun never goes up and down – it is a deception.

If your perception is in sync with the speed of the Earth and thus of you moving with it in that speed, you feel calm inside while racing outside.

As your perception, therefore, is not coordinated with what is going on, namely that your feet is spinning at around 1.000 miles an hour, while the entire planet is hurtling around the sun at 67.000 miles an hour. Hence you will not feel the thrill of moving at such a high rate but the depression coming from a static perception founded on unstable thoughts.

This stagnant perception, which is the one society supports, is meant to make you think that fulfilment does not come from not resonating with the present movement as it is but with a slowed-down version of it that gives you time to make a perception of yourself where you look powerful, humble, balanced, active or whatever you reckon will make appear more impressive. Feeling the pulsation of the moment, however, there is no time to make up a perception where you seem to be important, nor is there any need to do that because the body shivers with ecstasy as if it is has been shaken by an earthquake of tenderness.

In the case of Alexius he sometimes feels that it like listening to the Ukrainian pianist Lubomyr Melnyk playing extremely rapid, intricate patterns of notes, which produce overtones so trance-inducing, that a cascade sound of purity makes you forget, it is ignited by the speed and complexity underneath it. Read more about that here.

There is no right way to perceive the complexity of a moment. But as long as the perception relates to it and not an edited and simplified version of it, every perception will make you feel good. So good, indeed, that the inherent speed of it may bring about glimpses of enlightenment (read about glimpses of enlightenment here).

The special self may claim that it wants this, but that is a lie. It fears it because speed prevents it from being in control and to thus to shape its appearance. That is why it meditates or something else to slow things down so that it has the time to consume static stuff like books and clothes and become wiser and more beautiful in the future, which it imagines will make it more loved.

To appear as if you are in a world of something but not of it and thus in the bliss of nothing, you can neither be in or out of sync with the script of the brain because both ways confirm that you are in the world of something and of it as well. So unlike the basic self who says »It is what it is« and the special self who says »I know what it is,« you say »Dunno what it is.«

Perceiving the script as Iit is what it is, you can count on always being in sync with it and thus to feel entertained by it. Besides, you are not that far from the perception, Dunno what it is, which connects you with the empty breath* and its the bliss of nothing instead of the brains entertainment of something.

If the latter is so, or you wish that it is, you are not confirming the world of the brain to be something. Since you, therefore, move back the one second in linear time it has taken the brain to twist nothing into something, you are in the gap between nothing and something where the empty breath* resides. There you cannot get the happiness of something but the bliss of nothing. Read more about that in hack #4.5 ´The empty breath´ and the bliss of not believing to be someone.

**) An obvious way to escape the exposure of your nothingness is to have sex with others or yourself. If you are more desperate than that, you may choose to die and doing that having a near-death-experience with tunnels of light or whatever the brain has enough oxygen to produce of experiences which can reassure you that you are somebody, so you choose to return to the consciousness of being that. The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be found in a world where there seems to be more than one, but glimpses of it can

PART 1:
Gurus and others talking about silence, inner peace and bliss are trying to seduce you into believing, that they know how to find shelter from the world – or how to transcend it. But how can they claim, there is something to find in a world, they also say is an illusion or a dream? Everything found in a dream is of course equally illusionary, no matter if it seems to be found inside or outside of an appearance there or whether it is judged to be pure or whatnot.

The foundation of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings is that a world where there seems to be more than one is to be compared to a dream or a movie – in other words, it is an illusion! This is possible to sense, just like when you – within the illusion of a world where there seems to be more than one – have a dream and for a moment sense it is not real.

Regardless the distances and the apparent different persons in a dream, there are no distances and no differences at all. Everything is in the dreamer, so no matter where you appear to be in the dream you are with the dreamer. It is only the belief in its realty, that separates you from each other.

This does not mean, that you in such a moment see what is real, but that you sense the unreality of a world where there seems to be more than one. What is real you cannot see, as there is nothing real in an illusion, no matter what you seem to think, feel experience or read – included Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. But if can you sense, what you think is you is nothing but a fleeting appearance be in a dream, it is likely that the dreamer of it is real.

Reality though is not something definitive. It is formless and much more energetic than you can ever imagine in the dream of a world defined by time and space. Millions of atomic bombs exploding at one time are nothing compared to the formless energy of that which is one.

It is one perpetual present at an unimaginable speed – so fast that there is no difference to see and nobody has the time to see anything. That is why nothing is happening in the formlessness of oneness. See the appendix in What is unreal is right in front of you.

Alexius is speaking from vague memories of the enlightenment of that which is one, where the dream of a world defined by time and space is no more and therefore neither Alexius to experience something. That is why – apart from the certainty that there is no more than that which is one and therefore not a world where there seems to be more than one – he only has vague memories of it.

If you experience or are aware of something, you are either unreal or hallucinating
The experience of seeing something can only occur in a world, where there seems to be more than one. In such a world one perpetual present seems to be hidden behind the idea of linear time, as it gives the impression, there is a continuous flow of endless events with each their own past and a future.

Reality is that which is one. There is neither nothing inside or outside, as that requires more than one.

Selected fragments of this flow some gurus want you to freeze and uphold as if it is a state of peace or stillness, but just like everything else in a world where there seem to be more than one these states are based on excluding something upsetting or disturbing.

In other words, as they are based on the belief in separation, they exclude the only peace and stillness there is, namely the formlessness of oneness, which has no disturbances, as it takes more than one to be disturbed by something. So if you are feeling disturbed or feeling anything at all, you are either unreal or hallucinating.

The enlightenment of that which is one versus glimpses of it
The enlightenment of that which is one is a moment, that starts in the dream of a world where there seems to be more than one. Yet in the exact same moment, the dream is over. As that which is you were not in the dream, it is not awakening to a new awareness. On the contrary, there is no awareness of anything, neither that you seemed to have believed being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, as that requires more than one. There is just one bright light – so intense that there is nothing to see and therefore nothing to be.

The enlightenment of that which is one sucks you through a black hole, that starts like a zen circle, except the ´drawing´ of it starts off from the top going extremely quickly in both directions at the same time with a brush like a stroke at both of the ends like in this image. When they meet, an extremely bright light – neither opaque or transparent – explodes out of it while extracting the thought construction you identify to be you, so that there is nothing to suck into the black hole. But the two strokes making the black hole will not meet if you have registered them as for example moving black strokes looking like a zen sign, because you are comparing it to the past and so you go back there. In other words, the black hole is not completed and you are back in a world where there seems to be more than one. From this follows that this description is a mix of my vague memories of the enlightenment of that which is one and my many glimpses it, that stops with the forming of the circle around the black hole. You are probably better off by forgetting all about this if you want to go, where nobody can go. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The light is there to suck what has been stripped free of the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one through a black hole into that which is one. That is if there are no leftovers of this belief because if there is, you will think that you see something and therefore return to a world where there seems to be more than one, because only in such a world can something be experienced to be seen by somebody.

In other words, if it is perceived as if there is something definable in the enlightenment of that which is one, you will again appear to be someone definitive in a world defined by time and space.

Those who have exciting enlightenment experiences to tell about have held onto the belief in being someone definitive and therefore not as nobody been sucked through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one, so what they have experienced is a glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one.

Glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one can be experienced by seeing, hearing, feeling or tasting it. But as it requires more than one to experience something, the glimpses are not the enlightenment of that which is one.

From from the perspective of a world defined by time and space the enlightenment of that which is one leads to nothing, because there is not something to see, and therefore nothing to define you as someone definitive. That which is one has no perspective, as it requires more than one to have something.

For someone who is fed up of appearing to be someone definitive, it is frustrating to only have glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, but for those who love to appear as someone special it is perfect, because the glimpses can be used to pump up the specialness by lecturing or writing books about the experience of a vast empty space full of pure consciousness, love, bliss or whatever the glimpses are interpreted to reveal.

But it has nothing to do with the enlightenment of that which is one because only someone definitive can be full of pure consciousness, love, bliss or anything else.

The rogue consciousness of the self* likes to give the impression, that it can help you get more, whether in a so-called spiritual or materialistic way. Yet you never get anything but the need for even more. This need, however, you already had. It was because of that, you believed to be someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, so it seems, that although that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

PART 2:
Someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, as well as someone who is not, knows nothing. Those not to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, however, do their best to act as if they know a lot, whereas someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one has no such need, as the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one is not perceived to make a difference, and so there is nothing to know – except of course that there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one.

So whether you think, that you know, why it is raining, why you or somebody else do this or that, what you think you know is an illusion, as it takes more than one to know something and the formlessness of that which is one is everything, because what is formless is endless.

From this follows that to love or help somebody, just like everything else in a world where there seems to be more than one, is an illusion, and therefore not an attribute of that which is one.

Nothing that requires more than one is an attribute of oneness. In other words, love and whatnot only seem to be possible in a world where there seems to be more than one. Believing to be someone in such a world, however, they can be useful in regards to having the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one undone. That is if this is the purpose of using them. In a world of linear time, this appears to takes time. In the process, however, the duality hacks will enable you to enjoy the illusion of that while having the belief that you are someone enjoying something undone. This does not apply to hack #5-7.1 From the inner senses through a black hole into that which is one, as there is nothing to enjoy in the fastest way possible to have the belief in being someone undone, namely the enlightenment of that which is one because it takes more than one to enjoy anything. All that being said about ways, the formlessness of that which is one is everything, because what is formless is endless. Hence a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion, including any way out of it. So to fully undo the belief in such a world, the way you appear to go must be undone as well.

A person cannot bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one. But a person can momentarily forget what and where it appears to be so that there is not something definable to hide the formlessness of that which is one. EPILOGUE:
Who is looking for food but those with an empty stomach. And who is looking for enlightenment, but those who feel empty. Unfortunately most try to fill this the emptiness with something of a pleasurable nature like for example bliss. But nothing can fill this emptiness, because it is a fantasy based on the belief, that you are someone specific in a world defined by time and space, and that which is you is formlessness of oneness, so that is not possible.

That is why you are bound to feel empty if believed to be someone specific. The solution to feeling empty is therefore not to fill up the emptiness but to undo belief in being someone definitive.

An enlightened (in the sense of the enlightenment of that which is one) never ask ´who am I?´, because there is no doubt there is no more than that which is one and therefore not a world where there seems to be more than one – regardless it appears to be astral and whatnot. Consequently the enlightened has no need for communities, discussions, so-called interesting exchanges or dialogues, sending love or anything else to make it appear as if there is someone specific there. The enlightened does not believe but pretend to be someone.

How to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one

Anger is just a lid over joy, so if you do not try to get rid of it, but feel it as it is, the result is joy. Even better, if you completely include anger, its contrast joy is automatically included as well. Inclusion though will neither result in anger or joy but cancel them out so that you do not appear to be someone definitive, which is the opening the enlightenment of that which is one is waiting for.

To completely include something is not to feel it, neither to embrace it, but to not understand it and just be it.

When something is included, you do not know what has been included. Not because it was transformed into something better or higher, but because it is not possible to exclude something, so what you include is nothing. In other words, inclusion undoes the belief in being someone definitive.

To appear as someone special, you must exclude what you judge not to be special. If this appearance feels claustrophobic, all you need to undo it is to not exclude but include. The more you include, the less there is to define you as someone special. Consequently, there is nothing to lose, and therefore no reason to fear the enlightenment of that which is one.

Praying, meditating, fasting, wearing special clothes or being with special people in special places does not help you in regards to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, as doing something implies that you are someone definitive. There is nothing to do and no help to get than forget what and where you are.

A world where there seems to be more than one is make-believe, contrary to that which is one, as it takes more than one to believe something.

A certain bodily posture, state of mind, kundalini awakening and whatnot is not needed in order to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one because it does not enter neither the mind or the body (including aura and chakras). On the contrary, it undoes the belief in anything that can be experienced – including primordial energy, consciousness, astral worlds and whatnot –so that only what cannot be experienced is left, namely the formlessness of that which is one.

A world where there seems to be more than one only appears to be there, when believing to be someone definitive, because otherwise there does not appear to be someone thinking, and without thoughts there is nothing to see, as any kind of experience is a construction of thoughts – also love, stillness, consciousness and whatnot. A world where there seems to be more than one is a simulated reality layered on top of the formlessness of that which is one, made by imagining it is possible to be and have more than that. See this article.

It is of course not possible to be and have more than the formlessness of that which is one because what is formless is endless and therefore everything. In other words, there is no more than that which is one, so if you believe to be someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, you are either non-existing or hallucinating.

Fortunately, there are ways to undo this belief:

  • The more you pretend to be a someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, the less the imagination of you as someone definitive in such a world appears to be real. Seen hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation.

In reality, there is no more than that which is one and as it requires more than one for something to have contrast, there is nothing right or wrong, bad or good, true or false, inside or outside – neither is there anything outside of that which is one. But it is possible to think so. Yet thinking does not make it real, and so a world where there seems to be more than one does not contain neither truth, self, oneness or anything else than emptiness.

Maybe that is why the findings of science are that the universe is 99.9999999 per cent empty space. And the rest, despite it also is empty space and just like a dream does not contain anything substantial, is what we perceive as elements of matter making up a world defined by time and space..

If you do not focus on being someone specific, there is nobody to see a definable world and so there is nothing to hide the enlightenment of that which is one.

To bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, all you need to do is to stop focusing on experiencing something tangible, because if you believe to see something definable, it is as if it is hiding the formless enlightenment of that which is one.

That which is one is neither light or darkness or anything in between. Light is just what is used to extract all the thoughts, that are used to make up the experience of being someone tangible, so there is not something to be sucked into a black hole and spit out on the other side into that which is one. Neither is there another side, as there is no more than that which is one.

Last night I died from the world again

Just like we have senses to see, hear, feel, smell and taste a world experienced to be outside of us, we have similar ones to sense an inner realm. To use the inner senses, or go beyond the senses we normally use, namely, the outer ones, they must be more or less turned off.

The more you do not focus on something specific in the world, that the outer senses seem to produce, the more they are closing down and the less you see a definable world. To be completely defocused for a moment feels like you die from the world of the outer senses, which may be why the New Testament says that St. Paul died daily.

A complete transition from the outer senses to the inner ones can be very uncomfortable. Some choose to die instead of going through this phase. But the most fight to remain as a person in the world experienced by the outer senses, as that is where they consider life to be.

Vomiting is a way to stop frightening things from coming up
Psychologically speaking it is said, that when suppressed feelings are about to surface, some unconsciously choose to vomit instead of facing them. It is a bit the same in the total transition from outer to inner senses, in the sense that part of you are afraid of the unknown and try avoiding it by doing something very physical like vomiting.

But it is best to avoid vomiting in the phase of the total transition from outer to inner senses, and instead face the extreme discomfort by including it precisely as it is without trying to understand or embrace, so you are what is in the moment and nothing else. Then it is over. It may be easier said than done, and it may take a long time to pass the apparent discomfort.

At a very young age when one of my inner senses opened, the outer ones were fully turned off, so there was nothing to block out the enlightenment of that which is one. I had been driving a taxi for 15 hours and was exhausted to the extent that I confused traffic lights for customers trying to hire a cab.

When I finally returned home from work, there was no energy left to fight the inner sense called the third eye to open up and burn away everything that appeared to be Alexius in a world where there seems to be more than one, so that there was no belief in something definable to hide there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one.

In deep sleep or big exhaustion, you do not sense apparent differences to make a difference, which is the invitation the enlightenment of that which is one is waiting for. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Deep, deep sleep
The inner senses are like the outer ones in the way, that if one of them is intensely used, the other ones seem to be somewhere in the background. In other words, one sense dominates at a time. For me, it was the most known of the inner senses, that dominated, when the inner senses opened up, namely the ability to ´see´ light. Not a light though that can be compared to anything you can see with the two eyes of the outer senses.

The Bhagavad Gita compares this light to light from thousands of suns, but I would not do that. To compare it to something is to say, there is something to see, that can be defined by time and space. It is not a light that illuminates something. There is nothing to see – not even light because there is no consciousness of being someone. There is just light and nothing else.

Soon after I bid welcome the visual aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one, the inner ear opened with ethereal harmonies sounding like bells but in a lot crisper and softer way than the mundane ones. Regarding the opening of the inner eye, I had no discomfort in the transition. Guess I was too exhausted to fight the opening of it. Speaking of the opening of the inner ear, I think it happened in what Buddha called the deep sleep.

If you sleep very, very deep, the concept of an ´I´, that experience something, is gone, and so there is nobody to fight the flow. It was in such a profound sleep that my inner ear opened up just like that.

The focus and concentration needed to read books enhances the belief in being and having something specific, contrary to defocusing that initiates the flow towards the formlessness of oneness.

The above is not much of an explanation of the deep sleep, but as I have not read the Buddhist statements, which are probably full of fancy names for levels and whatnot, all I know is from deep sleeping myself – or rather not doing it, as there is nobody there. That is why all I have are vague memories.

The desire to escape that which is one is the reason, you must belief it is possible to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, so you appear to be and have more than another one. Escape is so deeply rooted in the belief system, that it governs everything you seem to do.

Even if you change your mind and want oneness instead of separation, you still think you need to escape the enlightenment of that which is one. That is until you realise, it is yourself that you want to escape, because that which is you is no different from that which is one.

Tasting the sweetness of that which is one
To taste the sweetness of that which is one, which is like a flavour of milk and honey with a hint of liquorice or sometimes strawberry was not without discomfort for me. My body acted like it had been attacked by something dangerous and panicked by making vomit reflexes. But when I did not try to escape it, the panic turned out to be a lid on a jug of a smoothie-like texture, that in some scriptures are called the nectar of life.

This is very much told in retrospect because as the enlightenment as that which is one cannot be experienced, this aspect of it is rather the tastelessness of nothingness. It was not after having had several glimpses of this aspect, which is an experience of a transparent sweet smoothie like flavour, that I realised I must have bid welcome this aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one, because I had a memory of this taste in its extreme and most pure form, namely the tasteless formlessness of that which is one.

When the biological system of the body does not function anymore, the world of the outer senses cannot be experienced. For almost half an hour, however, you remain in the world of the inner senses, and as it is only in the world of the outer senses the belief in being someone specific can be upheld, nobody is dying. That is if you do not fight the world of the inner senses by holding onto something specific, that reminds you of something in the world of the outer senses.

Last night I finally died from the outer sense of feeling a tangible world
The inner sense of feeling has not been easy for me to get in touch with. It took many years of discomfort, vomiting, being hospitalised and at times losing the ability to balance – just to mention a few of the unsettling things, I have encountered as a person in the world getting closer to this inner sense.*

But last night in a very deep sleep I got so close, that I completely died from the outer sense of feeling a world defined by past experiences. In other words, the belief in being Alexius was momentarily undone, so that the enlightenment of that which is one was bid welcome – not in a visual but emotional way though. First, there was discomfort from not feeling my body to be separated from the bed. It was as if everything was electric and full of tiny bubbles.

Next, it turned into one feeling of nothingness, in the sense that there was nothing tangible – neither Alexius. Calling it a feeling is not entirely correct, because there is nobody to feel it … and nobody to remember it. In other words, what I am writing is based on vague memories, that I seem to be able to pick up from what feels like very far away and yet right here.

I remember, it was not like in a world defined by time and space, where there seem to be different events happening in sequences of time. There was no time. Everything was happening simultaneously.

It was one perpetual present and still is. This, however, cannot be described in a world of linear time, so it seems as if it happened in the past. Yet there was and is no difference between that which I am and the non-tangible feeling of one eternal presence of nothing but sizeless bubbles. This should not be understood that I am in a state like that in a world where there seems to be more than one, but that I know I am not there, because there is no more than that which is one.

Until that night I only had glimpses of the emotional aspect of that which is one, which is to emotionally experience the vibration that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises. The feeling of this vibration can be compared to the feeling you have in the body when quickly drinking the bubbles from a Coca-Cola, or from sensing the purring of a cat. Back in a world where there seems to be more than one
To leave the enlightenment of that which is one and reappear as a person in the world of the outer senses, all that is needed is to perceive something, as this is based on separation. I remember from years ago, when I came back from my first intense glimpse of the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises, there had been a wish to live as opposed to dying. Such a contrast – or any other for that matter – is only applicable in a world where there seems to be more than one, so again Alexius appeared to be there.

To experience the enlightenment of that which is one, there must be someone to experience it, but that is not possible, as it takes more than one to experience something. Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings therefore discerns between the enlightenment of that which is one, which cannot be experienced, and glimpses of it, which is an experience of it, that is comparable to watching a movie trailer, that is just a sample of the whole movie.

The outer and inner senses are two sides of the same coin – that is why it is easy to shift between them and also why they both are part of a world where there seems to be more than one. In other words, the glimpses of enlightenment that can be experienced via the inner senses are not the ultimate reality. Well, in fact, nothing is.

As a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion, there is nothing to wake up from and nothing ultimate to come back to. If there was, a world where there seems to be more than one would not be an illusion. Consequently, this article is as illusionary as a street sign pointing towards for example New York. It is just a pointer, and not what it is pointing towards.

We all know, the world presented to us in a set of virtual reality glasses is not real. Yet most have forgotten, that neither is the world presented to us by the senses. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

We all know, that within the framework of a world where there seems to be more than one, the world simulated in virtual reality glasses is not real, and that when you take off the glasses, everything that appeared to be in the virtual world disappears, so that is not something to disturb you from seeing what is supposed to be the real world.

The world of the inner senses with glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one shows us the same is true in regards to the world that is experienced with the outer senses because it fades out the more the outer senses are turned inwards towards.

When the enlightenment of that which is one is bid welcome, there is nothing to experience, as it takes more than one to experience something.

But the experience of this inner world** full of lucid light, ethereal music, sweet nectar or bubbles of nothingness disappears, if the outer senses are completely closed off, as the contrasts, that glimpses of enlightenment seem to be made off, will dissolve, so there are no glimpses to experience, neither somebody specific to experience them – and therefore not something to hide, there is nothing but one perpetual present.

From the perspective of a world where oneness is divided into more than one, there is literally nothing in that which is one. But from the standpoint of oneness – though no such thing is possible, as it requires more than one to have a view of something – there is everything in that which one, as it is formless and therefore never ends.

NOTE ABOUT DYING FROM THE WORLD OF THE OUTER SENSES
To die from the outer senses and return to them again can be compared to rebooting a computer. You feel like a blank slate when coming back. The transition though of leaving the imagination of a world where there seems to be more than one and going where you cannot go, namely where there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one, can be full of fear and discomfort, and that there is a chance, you will not make it back to a world where there seems to be more than one with a sane mind. There are no guarantees.

NOTE ABOUT MULTITASKING BETWEEN INNER AND OUTER SENSES
When you open up to the inner senses, they reveal their world at their own accord, which may be inconvenient in regards to the world that is experienced with the outer senses, so make sure to stay away from things and places, where the focus on the world of the outer senses is needed when you sense the inner senses are knocking at the door.

This is not a problem though, if you connect with the empty breath, as its function is to be an automatic gear between the inner and outer senses. But they will be used as a door to close the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one, so there is no experience to hide that which is one. This does not mean they will be transformed, as that requires more than one and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. PART 1:
If a world where seems to be more than one is not real but that which I am is, it is not possible to be in such a world. Yet it is possible to pretend being ´there´. This is to say that most of the below article is written within the framework of pretending to be someone ´there´, so the experiences described in it – for example that the Earth stopped moving – is just as illusionary as any other experience in a virtual world.

Beyond the senses – or the outer senses versus the inner ones
The first time the world stood still was in my teen years. I looked out the window and everything was covered by snow. It was like the whiteness of outside of me turned everything white inside me while Donovan* gently was singing Jennifer Juniper.

I forgot to participate in the story of time and space, so the Earth stopped moving and the air was so thin, that there was no space between anything. Music was coming out of my speakers, yet the silence was so loud, that all I heard was the echo of that which is one.

Much later on a walk along the sea, the echo of that which is one was there again – and not so much later, when I was walking on a pedestrian street busy handing out flyers, the distant echo of that which is one was so intense, that even though people were moving on the street, there was no movement and no people. Do not know what there was – it did not seem tangible.

After being accustomed to hearing the echo of that which is one, I realised that this distant humming is what the words Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolise,* and that the reason people even after years of chanting or contemplating do not hear it is that they are waiting for those words to reveal a higher understanding. But there is no understanding to be revealed, neither is there any need for that, when you actually hear the distant humming, that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises.

The echo of that which is one
The word guitar is a symbol of something, that can make amazing sounds. Yet the word cannot make those sounds. In fact, there is no way to know what a guitar sounds like when you read the word guitar if you have not already heard what it is a symbol of.

It is a little bit the same with the words symbolising the distant humming of that which is one – and then again it is not exactly the same. A guitar can produce something, but the vibration that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God* symbolises cannot produce anything. It can be compared to the sound of a vacuum cleaner, which does not vacuum clean. It is just there when the vacuum cleaner is turned on.

Likewise, the humming, that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God* symbolises, is an echo ´hanging in the air´, when the imagination of a world where life is divided into more than one is turned on. The humming is the engine of such a world – not in the way that it produces it, but in the way that it is the energy, that makes it possible to imagine that you are someone specific in a world where there seems to be more than one.

When everything you know is undone, there is peace
It is not accidentally, that it is a vacuum cleaner that is used in the above description. The humming of that which is one is to be compared to a subtle version of the sound from a vacuum cleaner or the sound from the ventilation in a big place like an airport, or the fusion of all sounds in the world, or the sound at the edge of the breath (not the sound of breathing in, neither of breathing out, but at the edge of it – or rather on the top of it).

If you are into becoming famous or rich or making the world a better place according to a specific belief, this vibration is not for you. It has no power to change anything. It knows of nothing to make better. On the contrary. Everything conceivable is undone, which leaves nothing but that which is one. In other words, there is peace, because it takes more than one to not be at peace.

The enlightenment of that which is one versus glimpses of it
Apart from the last two sentences in the above paragraph, this article has not been about the enlightenment of that which is one. It cannot be heard, as that is an experience and it requires more than one to experience something. What I have been talking about is the experience of having glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one in the form of hearing the vibration that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises, which we can have when the definable world of the outer senses become so distant that the distant humming from the edge of the universe is the nearest to us.

To hear or feel the distant humming, that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises is one aspect of experiencing glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one. The other aspects are to have amazing visions of light, the crispness of ethereal harmonies or the sweetness of oneness. The world of the outer senses is very focused on visual impact, so you may only have heard of the visual aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one.

Those glimpses are revealed by the inner senses when the ones are partly closed. In the world of the inner senses though there is only one of everything, so there is just one eye, one ear and so on, and they are not physically tangible.

As long you are experiencing the enlightenment of that which is one in one of its aspects, you are having glimpses of it, but if you stop perceiving them as if they can be defined like this or that way, there is nothing to define you as an experiencer, and so there is not someone definitive experiencing them, and so there is no difference between them and you. That is the enlightenment of that which is one.

What is real is never-ending, so all experiences are unreal
Compared to the enlightenment of that which is one or having glimpses of it, living as someone specific in the world of the outer senses feels like a joke – but why not enjoy the joke. There is nothing to lose. As you are not someone definitive, you can pretend to be anybody in the world of the outer senses. If you are into concepts of love, you can perceive the world through such glasses as if everything is love or a cry for love. It is all make-believe so anything will do.

When the world experienced through the outer senses is an illusion, one may conclude, that the world experienced through the inner senses is the real thing. But as what is real never ends, neither the inner or outer senses are real as all experiences have an end  – including the experiencing glimpses of enlightenment.

Metaphorically speaking you can say, that what you experience via the inner senses is a wall surrounding that which is one. The wall seems to have no substance. Yet it can be seen, heard, felt or tasted, and if you do not try to find order in it or in any way define it, the outer senses have nothing to work with and a door, that looks like a black hole with a thin frame of white light inside it and rapidly spiralling bright light around it, suddenly and very quickly sucks you into it.

There is no other side to this black hole because you have left the oneness of that which is you. You have never been definable or experienced anything. That is an illusion. In reality, that which is you is no different from that which is one – and there is no more than one.

All thoughts appearing to be you has to be left at the moment of death, if it is to serve as a portal to that which is one, so if they are picked up again in order to return to a world where there seems to be more than one, the person you appear to be will not have anything to tell about that which is one, because this person was not there. PART 2:
I do not know the stories from those telling about their experience of death. Yet I know, that if they have much to say, it is not death but near-death, they are talking about – and that has nothing to do with death. It cannot be experienced, because if you are dead, there is nobody to experience it.

Tunnels of light seem to be a common near-death experience, which often is used to prove, that you are on a spiritual journey. The tunnels of light, however, are just a result of the brain not having enough oxygen to produce the images of a world as you expect it to look, so instead, it presents something abstract based on common second-hand knowledge stored in your subconsciousness.

It has nothing to do with spirituality, which is the formlessness of that which is one and consequently cannot be seen, as it requires more than one to see something. That is why the personality at the moment of death metaphorically speaking must be left at the entrance to oneness, so that there is nothing to enter it and therefore no awareness of having been there, if the personality is picked up again and again to a body that appears to be you in a world where there seems to be more than one.

The formlessness of oneness has no size – and what is sizeless has no beginning or end. In other words, there is no more than that which is one, so a world where there seems to be more than one does not exist. This cannot be comprehended by those believing to be someone definitive, as to them only what can be measured does exist.

There are, however, vague memories of the formlessness of that which is one, and due to these memories it feels, as if dying from a world where there seems to be more than one and return to it again from that which is one is like having the slate wiped clean – or like the machinery of the body, which is the brain, has been rebooted.

First time I thought, I would become like those spaced-out persons considering themselves to be very spiritual. But after each reboot, I reappeared with a much stronger sense of the body – not because I believe to be in it, but because, that which I am is not in the world at all, and knowing that, it is so easy to pretend to be bodily.

There is no spirituality in a world where there seems to be more than one
At the few so-called spiritual lectures that I have ever attended, the lecturers entertained the audience with stories and conclusions based on a single extraordinary experience from their past, that they seemed to think had changed them into something spiritual. Also based on this experience they seemed to be convinced, that it is possible to fuse physicality and spirituality, which is just as absurd as saying, it is possible to always have day and night at the same time in the same place.

Just like a computer cannot contain the physical world except in a simulated version twisted into two-dimensional or fake 3D images, a world where there seems to be more than one cannot contain that which is one, except in a twisted version of something that appears to be identifiably by what and where it is in time and space. Infinity becomes a thing, that is relative to finite – as if infinity is something extremely big.

Spirituality is the formlessness of that which is one. What is formless is endless. In other words, there is no more than that which is one, so if you are reading this, you must be mistaken. The experience of an article and that you are having it is an illusion. Yet this illusion is only possible to experience due to that which is one, as there is no more than that, so if you stop believing what you experience is real, all that is left is that which is one.

That which is you is bright white light – and nothing else. It is so intense, that there is nothing to see – not even that the light is bright and white – so if you see something, you are covering the enlightenment of that which one by the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

The enlightenment of that which is one is not of a world, where there seems to be more than one. It is an echo of that which is one filtered through a black hole either as formless light, ethereal harmony, transparent touch or sweet taste. You are all of these aspects, but as you are that which is one, just one of them at a time. If you as a person is visual minded, that which is you is revealed as light so intensely that you cannot help joining it and being sucked through a black hole into that which is one. This article is about enlightenment of that which is one in general and the next one Life has no secrets is about how to hear and feel the transparent sound, that Aum and Sohang symbolises.

Have you ever sit in a bath top and discerned glimpses of an adventurous world in the mist of the hot water? And when the mist changes and the world you imagine there disappears, you hold onto the thoughts of something being there, so you can keep this moment and imagine you are part of a special world with exciting creatures living in it. Without your imagination, however, this world is nothing but water.

Lost in translation
The above is meant as a metaphor to illustrate how a world where there seems to be more than one can be imagined, so that which is one seems to be hidden behind it. In the context of this metaphor the world is actually nothing but colourless waves of light, that move in an unthinkable speed, so they cannot be dissociated from each other. That is unless you think you see something because that requires more than one and so everything appears separated.

So by separating waves of light into degrees of frequencies and furthermore imagining them to move in slow motion – in fact hardly any motion – there seems to be noticeable differences, that translated into different thoughts having a specific meaning, which is made tangible by feeling it, so that you seem to experience a world, where the name of each frequency appears to limit them into an opaque form, that differs from other forms in order to make it appear as if differences make a difference.

In oneness nothing is endless, neither does anything have an end. Everything is happening so fast, that it cannot be perceived in linear time. And everything is so close together, that it is impossible to perceive any space in between them. Consequently no differences can be experienced. Time and space does not exist. It is one perpetual present.

In the enlightenment of that which is one there are infinite numbers of different frequencies, that can be attributed with different meanings, if translated into thoughts. Yet the light is so bright that it is impossible to catch a difference. As differences, therefore, do not make a difference, all frequencies are formless.

Beyond translation
By not caring about collecting specific thoughts to maintain the appearance of you as someone coherent in a world defined by time and space, you open the door to the enlightenment of that which is one. Opening this door is not about doing something, but about not doing what you are doing to hide the bright, bright light.

Because of what is said in the above about thoughts, you may get the idea, that they need to be stopped. But it is not thoughts as such that hide the light of that which is one. It is a belief, that the thoughts, you seem to have generated, turn you into someone definitive.

When you see all thoughts as a symbols of the bright white light, their apparent differences in time and space does not make a difference.

To not do anything, you keep on thinking what you seem to think, but without taking any thought seriously. By not taking any of them seriously, the belief in them as yours cannot be maintained, and you will literally be nothing but a light brighter than anything conceivable. That being said, if there is still the slightest belief in being someone definitive nothing you will not want to be dissolved in the flow of the enlightenment of that which is one. Chances are you right away will return to the world you have constructed of thoughts, as you obviously still believe in one or more of them.

The world is nothing but a construction of thoughts, that seems to have the power to hide that which is one, as long as you believe that they have a meaning.

Enlightenment or not
The return to that which is one does not involve a transformation of you or the world, but the annihilation of you and the world – at least as seen from a world where there seems to be more than one, because now reality sets in, and reality is that which is one and no more. So if you are into making a better world, to realise your self, coming from the heart, living in the now, being one with the Earth and whatnot, the enlightenment of that which is one is not for you.

Without translating perceived frequencies of the bright white light into thoughts, there is no experience of a world or anything else conceivable, neither an experiencer and so the bright white light sucks nothing through a black hole into that which is one.

None of the gurus stories about bliss, divine presence, higher self or consciousness or whatnot does apply to that which is one. Their stories may sound very seductive, but it is just another attempt to make a world where there seems to be more than one appear to be real and themselves as somebody important there. Yet that which is one is formless and thus has no room for somebody or something like bliss, consciousness and whatnot.


NOTE: The bright white light is not of the world and has nothing to do with the light of the sun or any other light in it. No words can describe the enlightenment of that which is one. Frequencies, light and other words in this article are to be compared to street signs, that point towards the formlessness of oneness, but they are not what they are pointing at and in this case, they are not meant to imply, there is a distance to go.

To come back to that which is you may feel like a journey, but it is not a real one, because you have never left it. That is not possible. Yet it is possible to believe so – and to undo this belief seems to take time, when you believe to be in a world of linear time.

After a long intense night of driving taxi many years ago, I forgot what and where I was, and so there was nothing to hide the enlightenment of that which is one.

In the enlightenment of that which is one there is nothing but bright white light, and everything ´happens´ so fast, that there is no time to think and hold onto concepts of eternity, love, stillness and whatnot.

When I later read The New Testament and Bhagavad Gita there were passages, that triggered memories of the enlightenment of that which is one. The memories are vague though because Alexius did not experience it. The enlightenment of that which is one is formless so nothing definable can enter it. Yet there are vague memories of something indefinable, and so Alexius is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

that which is one is enlightenment in a very literal sense, like when Jesus said: When your eyes become single your whole body will be full of light – or like St. Paul, when he was blinded by light – or like Arjuna according to Bhagavad Gita said after having been initiated by Krishna: »It is brighter than thousands of suns. I have become the destroyer of worlds …«

A dream can be compared to a simulated world meanwhile layered on top that which is real. As long as you believe the simulated world to be real, it will seem to cover that which is real, as if it does not exist.

The world is not there anymore. Not because it has been destroyed, but just because it was never there – except as an imagination, which is not possible to have in that which is one, as that requires more than one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

I would not put it like that myself, because there is nobody in the enlightenment of that which is one, so there is not a body to be full of light, neither a world to destroy. The world is just not there, and there is no memory of it ever having been there. It is like a dream that is no more when you wake up in the morning.

The translations of both The New Testament and Bhagavad Gita differs from translator to translator, and as the above quotes are from memory, they may not be the exact words in your addition. But it does not really matter, because regardless of how you speak about it, the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be described. In other words, what is said about it in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings should not be taken as the real thing, but pointers towards it.

Imagine you want to describe an orange to somebody, who has never seen or tasted an orange. Maybe you say it has the colour of an orange sunset, is round like a ball and taste as sweetened water. Yet the person, that you have given this description, will never find out what an orange is by drinking sweet water from a rounded cup at sunset.

You have to see and taste it yourself to know what it is – and in terms of the enlightenment of that which is one, you will never know, because a person cannot be enlightened. You as a person is gone in the enlightenment of that which is one. There is nobody there to experience it – that is why it cannot be known.

No god to see in the world and nothing to find
Some think the enlightenment of that which is one is to see god in everyone. This is delusional, there is no god in the world. In the context of god and the world, just think of electricity lightening up a room via a bulb. You see the room due to the power of electricity. Yet you cannot see electricity itself, because it is not in the room illuminated by the bulb. But there is no god either in the enlightenment of that which is one, except if you use the word in its original meaning, namely one perpetual present.

If you return to the world after the enlightenment of that which is one, there is no more need to search for the meaning of life, because you know there is no more than that which is one and so there is no life a world, where it seems to be more than one. Besides to search for something requires more than one, so whatever you think you find is not real.

One who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one has no need to be forgiven or loved, because there is no ´I´ deciding what to do and therefore nobody to forgive or love. But when there is no ´I´ to protect and preserve, there is freedom to pretend being any kind of personality with all the ups and downs a specific personality seems to have.

To make long short: There is no need to keep together an appearance of someone with coherent opinions and behaviour. You are free to use the ´I´ as the personality, you fancy. It is simply a tool you use like your leg, hand eyes and so on.

Some personalities I have pretended to be for a while: Child, Teenager, Taxi driver, Monk, Husband, Daddy, Adult, Business Man, Millionaire, DJ, Designer, Teacher, Photographer and recently: Non-teacher.

Enlightenment is not of a world where there seems to be more than one
Regarding the enlightenment of that which is one, it is best to forget everything you have ever heard or read about it – including what is said in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. Any idea of any form, that you might think it has, is wrong. It has no form, it is formless. Yet, if you look for something formless, you still look for something. But if you do not believe to be someone definitive – or do not care about it – there is not something definable to hide it.

Please note that I am in no way postulating the above statements are the perfect way to put it – there is no such thing as perfection in a world where there seems to be more than one – so if you look for inconsistencies, misspelling or whatever, you may find it, but if you look for pointers to the enlightenment of that which is one, you may also find that.

It is NOT about making a difference

Those who are gathering in groups of nationalism, capitalism, socialism or any other kind of ism tend to manifest their specific group by eliminating everything that is not in line with its ideas.

Those believing in specific philosophical, political or religious ideas often despise those thinking differently from themselves, and consider them to be enemies, who must to converted to the right way in order to get rid of evil. Basically though it is just a way of hiding their own feeling of inferiority.

An ism starts by dividing the world into right and wrong, and then exclude everything judged to be wrong from the group of people belonging to the ism by projecting it onto other groups, who are not only seen as wrong but also evil, as it is often experienced to be a fight between good and evil.

When the fight is over, the winning part will claim to be the good people, who have turned the world into a better place by doing the right thing – or rather have turned their part of the world into the best place by projecting their hate onto everything that appears different from them.

Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, however, is not a new ism, where you have to change or get rid of something bad in order to make the world better. There is no goal, but to undo the belief that the apparent differences in the world make a difference because then there is nothing to define you as someone definitive

This should not be understood as it does not make a difference whether you have enough money or not if there is gasoline in your car or not, you are beaten up or not and so on. But that it does not make a difference how this seems to make feel when you do not believe to be someone definitive.

You cannot go wrong if you are inclusive, because that is included
When Henry Ford invented a faster vehicle than a horse-driving carriage, it was not just an improvement of this kind of transportation. He surpassed it and invented a new way of transportation.

The slow way of meditation is comparable to a horse-driving carriage and Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings to the much faster automobile. Mostly because meditation and other exotic ideas from ancient times generally are based on the idea, that the exclusion of something bad will result in something good, which is a contradiction to life because it is not exclusive but inclusive.

That being said, if you prefer to go the slow way of meditation, by all means, go for it. Time is make-believe and so is exclusion, because there is no more than one perpetual present.

Unfortunately, though meditation and most other so-called spiritual practices are set up in a way so that you cannot help doing something wrong and therefore causing it to not to work. But implementing Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings you can never fail.

In the context of this article, Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are about undoing the belief in linear time and separation by including the past as well as the future, good as well as evil and the person next to you, as if it is you. In order to do this you do not need to change the world or what you appear to, but to include your perception of it undiminished and unedited. If you somehow mess it up, you just include your failure. And if you forget that, you include it when you remember it – or simply include your forgetfulness and/or imperfection.

In other words, inclusiveness is not about perfection, but including your shortcomings. Yet you do not have to be inclusive at a specific time in a specific place with special people. Should there be something you are not willing to include, you include your unwillingness. You just cannot go wrong by being inclusive, not even if you forget it most of the time, because if so you include that as well*.

Inclusiveness starts by experiencing the apparent differences of the world – otherwise there would be nothing to include. To experience something to be good for example, you must exclude its opposite, bad, so that the excluded provides the background for what you want to experience – just like you exclude the white background that contrasts these black letters in order to read this article.

To experience positivity, negativity must be excluded. If both are included they annihilate each other in just one flash. The more both sides of contrasts are included, the less there is to define a world of time and space. Eventually, there is nothing to hide that there never has been anything else than the formlessness of oneness. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Next, you include what you excluded. In the context of reading this article, you include the white background of the black letters, so that you are left with nothing to focus on and therefore no article to read. In other words, by including the excluded, the apparent difference between the opposite sides of a contrast does not make a difference. They cancel each other out, so there is nothing to experience, neither an experiencer. That is of course if you go all the way and in the context of this example totally include the white background of the black letters.

Try to completely include these letters and you will start to defocus, because the complete inclusion of a one side of a contrast automatically includes the other side, as they are two sides of the same coin. Hence the more you include, the less there is to focus o. When there is not something to focus on nothing hides that which cannot be focused on, namely the formlessness of oneness.

Most likely you do not go all the way at once. No worries. It does not important how much time it seems to take. Time is an illusion. Besides, it is not about perfection. You do not even have to figure out both sides of a contrast in order to completely include it. You can just include the part of the contrast, you are aware of. If these black letters, for example, are completely included, their contrast – whether you are aware of it or not – is also included, because without it you cannot see the black letters.

So the more the black letters are included, the more they blur out, and the more it becomes impossible to focus on their distinctive features and therefore to project meaning onto them. The same applies to include the feeling of pain and whatnot.

You cannot experience more without excluding of what you do not want to experience, so the choice between separation and oneness is a question of more or not.

When something loses its distinctive features, it does not differ from other appearances anymore. Hence there is nothing to acknowledge the belief in separation, and suffering, which is caused by this belief, fades out. This does not mean, however, that the appearance of you as someone definitive also fades out. It probably remains just the same.

No pain no gain, only applies if you want to be and have more than that which is you.

No gain without pain means that you cannot be or have more than that which is one without pain, because without it, you do not feel to exists as someone definitive.

But it means that pain, for example, does not have to be replaced by relief, because you do not perceive this contrast to be separated in two. Thus there is no relief to wait for and therefore no problem to solve or something to search for. In other words, whatever problem you seem to have, it contains the resolution.

Most do not feel anything fully, as it is more important for them to be in control. That is why they do not know what devotion is, because it is to go all the way – and doing so you lose yourself, or rather what you believed to be.

You just devote yourself so much to a problem, that there is nothing but that because without a contrast it cannot be experienced as if it is there. For this to work, however, it is a prerequisite, that you do not look for problems or solutions to define you as someone definitive – or pain to magically disappears, as it is not the pain but the definition of it as something specific that disappears, so that there is not something to cause suffering.

When the belief in being someone definitive is completely undone, whatever you believed to be is no more and never was, because formlessness is endless and therefore everything, so all there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The transition from believing to be someone definitive to having this belief completely undone is very abrupt, but this you do not know, because the belief in being someone definitive is undone, so whatever you believed to be does not hide that there never was, is or will be no more than the formlessness of that which is one, as formlessness is endless and therefore everything.

This is not a way to experience the formlessness of oneness. There is no such way. It cannot be experienced, as it takes more than one to experience something. But it is a way to experience, that there is no more than that which is one, because that is what you experience, when indifferent to the apparent differences of a world where there seems to be more than one.

Willingness to not exclude but to include undoes the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one

The more inclusive you are, the less the apparent difference between inside and outside appears to make a difference. Consequently, there is no experience of a world outside of you – neither inside, as without an outside, there is no inside. In other words, when not excluding thoughts and feelings by justifying them with a world perceived to be outside of you, the fantasy of being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is over. When we believe to be somebody special in a world where there seems to be more than one, we must constantly tell stories where we as the key figure make everything right, or refer to stories of others that reflect on ourselves as someone special, so that we appear to make a difference and therefore can confirm the belief that we are someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

The complete inclusion of feelings cancels out the sense of within and without, so that there is not something appearing to hide, there is nothing but the formlessness of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The need to compose and communicate stories with you as someone definitive in an external world will fade out, the more there is willingness to not exclude but include the thoughts and feelings popping up, as the less there is an experience of an external world. Neither internal, since without an outside, there is no inside. Thus inclusiveness undoes the belief, that there is more than the formlessness of that which is one.

But if there is no need to be someone at all, there is no urge to share stories with somebody appearing to be in a physical, astral or online world. And so the story that cannot be told, since it is a state of not-knowing, is all that remains. Trying to manifest yourself as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, is like trying to be someone in a dream. It is not possible, because there is nothing there. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The conclusion of this is not, that you must stop telling stories about your latest achievements or those you hope to come if you want the bliss of being in a state of not-knowing. Alexius´ hacks to undo the belief in being someone definitive are not about stopping or avoiding anything, since that involves exclusion and thus enhances the belief in being someone definitive. Neither are they about transforming sex or something else but including everything as it appears to be, as that leaves nothing to define you as someone definitive.

So you can go on telling stories of you as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one – not anymore though with the intent of confirming the apparent separation of you and others, but of including those who appear in the stories. This has nothing to do with embracing them, since that enhances the belief in you as someone definitive, whereas inclusion exposes both the appearance of you and others as but empty space.

In most cases, however, we are not willing to include everything, as this leaves nothing to define us. We do not want to be nobody, so we persist in being somebody by excluding whatever it takes to make a difference for our kids, pets, work associates or somebody else in a world where there seems to be more than one.

No worries. If you acknowledge, that you are not willing to include everything, you are including the moment as it is, and thus entering the road of inclusiveness. See also Unwillingness is not different from willingness when included.

All the troubles and worries, that seem to come our way, are the illusions we have chosen to make up our road of inclusiveness, so welcome them by being willing to include them.

On the road of inclusiveness all sharing, communication and whatnot are something you pretend to do for or with others* because there is nothing outside of you, that is not you. You are alone together** in a fantasy world where you seem to be separated from the formlessness of that which is one in a world where there seems to be more than one.

You may at first feel very sad when you start realising, that you are not someone definitive. But when fully realised, you do not care – or rather there is nobody to care. That is the peace of oneness. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Yet, you are not alone. It is not possible, as that requires more than one and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. And this is why it is so peaceful not trying to be and have more than that which is one. At first thought it may not seem so, because when you do not believe, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, there is nothing to hope for, which seems very depressing until you realise, that without hope there is nothing to fear – and so there is peace.***

If you want to have the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one undone, it does not matter whether you appear to have positive or negative thoughts, feelings of love, hate and whatnot, as long as they are not excluded by justifying them with a world experienced to be external.

Be aware, that the above is not meant to be the ultimate explanation about a world where there seems to be more than one, neither is it meant to be correct, because nothing can explain why you believe to be someone definitive in a such a world, since that is not possible, as that which is you are no different from the formlessness of that which is one and it takes more than one to believe, you are someone definitive.****

Nor are any explanations or descriptions in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings of that which is one correct, because that which is one cannot be explained or described, as that requires more than one.

For the same reason, it is not possible to replace the belief in being someone definitive with pretending to be that, as often suggested in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings.* But since you think you are reading this, you believe to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, and so replacing that belief with the belief that you just pretend to be someone there is useful in undoing it, because what and where you pretend to be, you are not.

Using Alexius duality hacks is not like using hacks to expand the mind – for example nootropics and LSD. They do not expand anything, neither do they improve the body or something else. Instead they undo the belief, that you are someone definitive in a body, whether that appears to be in a mundane or astral world.

In other words, you can keep your name and the clothes the body wears. And you do not need to become vegan or stop being it, as everything in a world where there seems to be more than one is equally illusionary. The hacks use whatever illusion, you seem to be involved in to undo it.

All the other hacks in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings (see the table of contents), except the enlightenment of that which is one, are no different from hacking the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one by not being exclusive but inclusive (hack #3). They all transfer you to a state of not-knowing from where the apparent differences in the world are not perceived to make a difference, so there does not appear to be more than one.

Nobody in a world where there seems to be more than one is walking around in a continuous state of not-knowing. To remain in the world – whether in a mundane or so-called spiritual way – you must constantly confirm that every one make a difference. And as that is not confirmed in a state of not-knowing, it will be on and off, until you are not willing to confirm, there is more than one. In that case, however, there is no more to state to be in, as it takes more than one to be in any kind of state

Hence there is nothing to hide that which always is, since it is formless and therefore endless, namely that which is one.

Yet you cannot remain in this state – also called a perfect moment in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings – very long, because to appear as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, you must constantly confirm its apparent differences to make a difference. Hence a perfect moment is on and off until you are not willing to perceive the apparent differences to make a difference. Yet just a split second of it makes the time off much lighter.

This does not mean, however, that this will make you stay in a state of not-knowing, as when you for a shorter time – about 20 minutes, 45 minutes at the most – do not perceive differences to make a difference, there is no memory of a world where there seems to be more than one, and as it takes more than one to be in any kind of state, there is no state to be in.

Your existence as someone special is make-believe, which you try to make real with a list of made-up problems – like not being rich enough, pretty enough, young enough, clever enough and spiritual enough – so there always is something to fix.

That is, until you do not try to exclude what you judge to be wrong by blaming others for it but completely include it, so that there are no appearances to define you as someone definitive, and hence nothing appears to hide the formlessness of oneness.

For the same reason there is not someone to be and hence no consciousness to hide, there never was and never will be more than that which is one. Until then, let the memories of perfect moments remind you, that although you seem to be separated from that which is one, this separation is make-belief and using Alexius´ hacks it will be undone.

How to not be fearful but blissful

When a feeling, for example hate, is wholly justified with something in a world experienced to be outside of you, it seems to be transferred from what is believed to be you to something that is not believed to be you. This includes love as well because when hate cannot be experienced internally neither can its contrast love. In other words, hate and love do not seem to in you but a world outside of you.

But as these emotions only are excluded from your awareness, they are still in you. Not in the shape of hate and love though but of fear, because having justified hatred with something in an external world, you are scared of what it will do to you in return, so from the emptiness generated by your apparent dissociation from hate/love, fear pops up again and again.

Exclusiveness generates a belief in scarcity, contrary to inclusiveness that generates nothing, so there is not something to miss – and that is pure bliss.

Emptiness, however, is also the result of the full inclusion of hate, since that leaves nothing to contrast love, so neither that or hatred is experienced to exist at all. This emptiness, however, is not full of fear but bliss, as it is not based on the suppression of feelings but the transparency of exposing them as empty space.

Inclusiveness is pure bliss. That is, if everything excluded is not included, because when everything is included, there is nothing but the formlessness of that which is one, since it takes more than one to be blissful. In other words, by slowly including what has been excluded from your personality, perfect moments of bliss will come and go in a world where there seems to be more than one, until there is no more to include and therefore not something to hide, there is no more than that which is one.

In this state of emptiness, everything in a world where there seems to be more than one is perceived as empty space in the sense that nothing seems to make sense. As it is a state of not-knowing, you cannot know how long you are in it. But measured in the linear time, it is not that long – at least not if you want to go on appearing as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, as then everything must constantly be perceived to make a difference.

A world where there seems to be more than one only appears to be there, because you want to believe, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Hence you imagine to be someone in a world in the empty space outside of the formlessness of that which is one, but there is nothing outside of it because since formlessness is endless. Nor is there something inside, as without an outside there is no inside.

When returning to the imagination of a world where there seems to be more than one, it is like empty space is being filled with clouds, and the more they are divided in contrasts like good and bad, light and dark, past and future and so on, the more you appear to be in a substantial world where there seems to be more than one.

Although the world appears to be just like before you entered a state of not-knowing, you are approaching it less emotionally. This does not mean, there are no emotions, but that you play with them instead of them playing with you. That may offend a lot, but that is not a problem, because the more you are inclusive, the less there is a need to a be part of a world where there seems to be more than one.

In most cases, though hate is not entirely but partially excluded, so that a piece of it can be used to contrast a bit of love, and thereby ratify the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one. Just like the white background of these black letters is partially excluded, so that it can contrast the letters shaping this article into an article appearing to be right in front of you.

The less the opposing elements of a contrast appear to make a difference, the less they produce meaning – and since bliss does not come from something but nothing, the more bliss there is.

If the background, on the other hand, is completely excluded, there is not something to contrast the letters. Hence they disappear in a gap of nothingness, which seems very scaring for those seeking meaning and consistency, but very blissful for those seeking nothing.

The full inclusion of a feeling requires that it is totally felt internally. But as hate, which is the example used in this article, has been completely excluded from what you believe to be by justifying it with something perceived to be outside of you, you have dissociated yourself from not only hate but also its contrast love plus a bunch of other emotions, since the dissociation of the contrast of hate and love rubs off on others.

This results in emotional numbness, where only the fear or anger of the external appearance(s), that was used to justify the feeling of hate, seems to come through. No worries. If you are nothing but that fear and/or anger, there is no room for the justification and the hate it seemed to transfer to an external world, so it is not experienced to exist inside or outside of you. The same applies to love since there is no hate contrasting it.

In a state of not-knowing you are powerless, because you do not know what and where you are. Hence you are not aware, that you are in a pool of bliss, before it is over and blissful memories pops up from when you did not believe to be someone definitive.

As the resulting emptiness is not founded on exclusion but inclusion, it is not fear but bliss that pops up from it.

A sure way to not exclude but include is to not know what is going on, as that means there is not something to exclude.

If you by reflex exclude specific feelings, as soon as they pop up, and at the same moment forget why and how no need to change that. And should the above about including your justifications seem a bit too complicated, no need to improve your understanding or anything else.

The hacks in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are not about correcting your mistakes in a world where there seems to be more than one, but the belief that you are someone there.

In other words, whatever you seem to be in a world where there seems to be more than one needs no correction – only the belief that you are someone definitive and not the formlessness of that which is one needs to be corrected. And that it is when you include entirely, what you experience to be in this very moment.

When you cannot remember what you included, it has been completely included.

If you are not aware of what you re at this moment, this is what you include by completely being it, which you are when there is a willingness to be so.

Bliss is the natural outcome of not believing to be someone definitive. This you do not believe when the excitement of feeling something specific is not appealing.

As this willingness cancels out the included feeling as well as its contrast, and like the inclusion of one feeling momentary rubs off on others, the result is not that you embrace yourself, but that you are emptied out and therefore not definable as someone definitive. It is this emptiness that is pure bliss.

The willingness, however, often comes from being willing to admit, that you are not willing to be completely inclusive because even though it results in pure bliss, it is the end of you as someone definitive since bliss is the absence of being someone at all.

APPENDIX:
If you think, you are in a joyful mood because of the sunset or the sensation of the wind touching your warm body, you are justifying the feeling of joy and thereby dissociating yourself from it in proportion to how much it is justified to be caused by something perceived to be outside of you.

This you probably choose in order to distance yourself from being too joyful, because that would blow you away, so there would be nobody left to control your appearance as sexy and good-looking in the sunset – or in the future setups you have planned to be staged in as someone special in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Formlessness is that which is one, because if it was more than one, it would not be formless. And that is why it is nothing but peace.

In other words, the imagination of being someone definitive seems more exciting than the peace of formlessness, which cannot be imagined, neither experienced, since it takes more than one to imagine or experience something and what is formless cannot be more than one.

Those who believe to be somebody interesting only care for those, who can make them appear more interesting. That means they only care for illusions, because life is not interesting, since it that which is one and it takes more than one to be interesting. So be happy, when nobody seems to be interested in you.

But as formlessness is endless and therefore everything, whatever is imagined or experienced is make-believe. Hence there is nothing to plan or hope for but illusions.

PART 1:
What do you get, when you keep peeling off layers of an onion? Nothing. The same applies to peel off layers of the personality. It is there so that you can pretend, there is something where there is nothing. Hence you should not peel off its layers if you want to appear as if you are someone in a world of duality.

Nothing needs to be changed in the virtual world of a game you are playing in order for you to leave it, except the belief that you are there. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Nothing in a world of duality – including whatever you believe to be – needs to be changed or transformed in order for it not to hide non-duality. It is the belief that you are in a world of duality, that needs to be undone. In the context of such a belief this can be compared to playing a game there. If you believe to be in its virtual world, returning to reality seems difficult, until this belief is undone.

Neither should you do that, if you want to undo the belief in duality. Layers are a basic element of duality, so if you take them seriously – and peeling them off is to take them seriously – you enhance the belief in duality. So if you do not want the belief in duality to hide non-duality, it is best not to deal with the layers of the personality, but how come you have chosen to believe, that you are a person in a world of duality.

Your choice of belief is based on what is in it for you, so as long as you believe, the apparent endless possibilities in a world of duality gives you more than non-duality, which only has no more to offer than the peace of oneness, you will keep looking for more in a world of duality.   

As that which is you id no different from the formlessness of that which is one, and as what is formless is endless there is no more than that which is one. In other words, it is not possible to have fun or anything else, as to have something requires more than one. Yet it is possible to imagine a world where there seems to be more than one and have fun there, provided thar you do not foget it is not real. It is just something you pretend. As that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one and as formlessness is endless, there is no more than that which is one. In other words, it is not possible to have fun, be sad or anything else, as to be or have something requires more than one. Yet it seems possible to imagine, that you are someone in a world where there seems to be more than one and therefore can have fun and much more – just like within the context of such a world, it is possible to imagine being something you are not in a role-playing game, which can be quite entertaining provided you do not forget, that whatever you experience there is make-believe. The question, therefore, you should ask is if more money, more fame, more respect, more freedom, more peace, more love, or whatever you are trying to achieve more of in a world of duality results in more satisfaction. Very few, however, want to examine, if being and having more feels right, because if the answer is no, they are wrong, and this is to be avoided at any price.

In reality, though it feels great to acknowledge, that I am wrong in believing, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one because this means there is nobody with a need to fit into a world of duality by participating in the race for more.

You do not make a difference in the world, because that which is you is not there

A world where there seems to be more than one appears to be like a game, that is rigged. To work around this, you must remember that the game is scripted by you. This is not easy to remember because part of the script is to forget. Yet remembering that you are the author, you know that being someone definitive is a fiction. Your appearance as someone definitive in a world of duality can be compared to watching a movie, that has been scripted by yourself. This, however, you tend to forget, because it is in the script that you do so. But if you manage to remember that you are the author, you know that it is all make-believe. PART 2:
To assume that you are in charge and can change what you appear to be in a world of duality can be compared to thinking, that you are in charge of the world in a video game and can change the character you pretend to be there. That you change something in such a game is an illusion, because nothing can happen there except what is programmed to happen, so every change remains within the script of the world.

The real world can never be realised, if you believe to be in a scripted world. In such a world, however, it is possible to realise that reality is not scripted.

In other words, there is nothing you can change in a world of duality but how to perceive it. Well, you can also choose not to perceive it, so that your belief in duality does not appear to hide non-duality.

The conclusion, however, is not that in non-duality you are in charge because in non-duality there is no more than that which is one and therefore nothing to be in charge of. Neither is there a need for anything, as non-duality is formless and therefore everything, so you lack nothing. That is, if you do not start to wonder, what if there is more than that which is one.

We do not see the world as it is, but as we think it is. Furthermore we do not think. We project specific meaning on specific frequencies that seems to pass by and then we conclude those frequencies are our thoughts. But they are all meaningless frequencies. Life has no need for meaning. It is everything and it takes something outside of everything to have a meaning about it … and there is nothing else than everything. We do not see the world as it is, because there is no world. It is just something that we think. Furthermore, we do not think. We project specific meaning on meaningless frequencies and conclude those frequencies are our thoughts. And then we divide ´our´ thoughts into right and wrong, good and bad so that they appear to be tangible and the world they symbolise, therefore, seems to be real. But it a fabricated reality. Duality can be said to be a world on top of non-duality founded on the idea, that there is more than that which is one. But as the oneness of non-duality is formless it is endless, there is no world outside of it. Hence no matter how much more you seem to become and get outside of non-duality, it is make-believe.

This does not mean, that you must stop looking for more in order to have this make-believe undone, because if you perceive more as a symbol of that which is no more than one, namely non-duality, regardless how much more you appear to be or have, you are still a symbol of non-duality, because without it you could not imagine to divide it into a world of duality.

When you are a symbol of non-duality in a world of duality, you are not there – just like within the context of duality no matter what you appear to be in a game you are playing, your appearance there is not real. It is just a symbol.

You have no choice but to be that which is you, because it is that which is one. Yet you can choose to believe you are not the formlessness of that which is you but an appearance defined by time and space. Yet it seems possible to imagine, that one can choose not to be formless and instead appear as if it is someone definitive in a world defined by time and space. PART 3:
To feel horny or full of compassion is the same illusion in the sense, that it takes more than one to feel something and there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one, as formlessness is endless and therefore everything.

This does not mean that feelings should be denied when the experience is that you are someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. Doing that would be to deny, it is you who have chosen to ignore that which is one in order to experience a world where there seems to be more than one because you believe its apparent endless possibilities beat the one and only possibility of that which is one, namely peace.

It is not possible to choose that which is you but to not choose what is not you

Denying that this is your choice, it appears to be hidden, and therefore out of reach. It is therefore in your own best interest not to deny it and play along with the desires it entails of being and having more than that which is one because this will make it possible for you to see if this actually brings about more fulfilment.

In other words, if becoming and having more does not bring about lasting satisfaction, you know that feeling dissatisfied is your own choice. And that is all you need to know in order to make a new choice because it happens automatically when you have acknowledged being wrong.

You may think the above is a little vague and that you need to do more, but that is most likely because you believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, and it is founded on the need for more.

Ultimately there is no choice, as that requires more than one, and that which is you is no different from that which is one.

In the formlessness of oneness, however, there is no need for more, because formlessness is endless and therefore everything. So as there is no more than the formlessness of oneness and as it takes more than one to choose something, there is nothing to choose.

Hence any choice will result in you still appearing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. That is unless you choose not to appear as if you are someone there, which is done by not choosing anything. And that happens automatically, when you see that being and having more does not result in more fulfilment.
