In a world of duality, there is no compassion without brutality

With eyes closed, you may still see images of the world because the brain does not need information from your sensory system to produce them. This is just something it claims to distract you from realising, that it has created all your experiences of something from out of nothing (read more about that here). That includes the experiences perceived to be spiritual and those implying you are someone definitive. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Since it requires more than one to have a shape, oneness is formless and therefore endless. And since it also calls for more than one to experience something and there is no more than that which is one, the awareness of something is an illusion. This hallucination, however, seems to become real when oneness is imagined being split into two, an observer and the observed, as they appear to confirm the existence of each other. Hence the observer concludes that it must go on separating to be alive.

But doing so destroys the pairs of opposites that oneness originally was split into, so each side could define the other, and their interaction would produce a full experience of duality. Hate, for example, was paired with love to define the experience of that. When the link is broken, however, there is no hate to define love, wherefore it feels incomplete.

That is why the observer presses on to find real love until it realises, that hate and love are two sides of the same coin, so you cannot have one without the other. Nor can you have peace without a fight, relief without an ache, action without inaction, perfection without imperfection, and so on. As love, therefore, cannot be felt without hate, you deceive yourself if you claim to only feel love. It is a mental concept you have plugged into by thinking about hugging, for example, and holding on to the thoughts that confirm a theoretical idea of pure love. Fortunately, you do not need to understand the nature of duality, if you want to undo the belief that separation is possible. On the contrary, since it requires more than one to understand something, it is not knowing what and where you are, that undoes this belief.

All the duality hacks take you back one second in linear time to the nothingness from where the brain has fabricated your present experience. In this case, that you are someone definitive who now reads, it took the brain one second to invent this experience from out of nothing (read more about that here). Being empty, though, you are in the bliss of non-being. Thus the experience is not perceived to be something.

You cannot bid welcome the enlihtenment of that which is one when you want to exist because it takes more than one to be alive. This does not mean you need to die. That also calls for more than one.

If you remain in this state of not-knowing for more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, the enlightenment of that which is one set in. Read more about that in hack #6.1 From the inner senses through a black hole into that which is one. The enlightenment of that which is one does not alter or transform anything, as that requires more than one. Instead, it wipes out everything that calls for more than one. Hence there is nobody to be aware of a fantasy about somebody in a world where there seems to be more than one, and, therefore, not somebody who appears to hide, there is nothing but the formlessness of oneness.

Leaving a state of not-knowing before the enlightenment of that which is one set in, you return to the fantasy of being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one with the slate wiped clean. Read more about that in HACK #4 When you begin to live by duality, it is going to end.

Thus you start from the ground up, moving very slowly as if you practise qigong. Unlike that, however, your stretching has no other purpose than to fine-tune the body as a tool for the experience of duality. This dedication to duality is also why you do not attempt to pull apart the pairs making up the experience of it but comply with their synergy to get the full experience of duality. The collaboration of love and hate, for example, fix you up with the complete experience of a relationship.

If memories from your childhood is the basis for your perception of a movie you watch as a grown-up, you are out of sync with its plot. It, therefore, seems to make you frustrated rather than entertained. Fortunately, this is corrected right away if you perceive the plot, or your judgment of it, as it is what it is.

This perception makes the plot amusing no matter how it evolves because you are in sync with the itt as it is and not as what you think it is. Likewise, when the script of the brain is perceived as ´it is what it is.´ Read more about that in hack #4.2 Being a self or no-self.

Like a movie, the experience of polarity unfolds as scripted by the director. Since that is not you, there is nothing you can change but your perception of it. When that is in sync with the script as it is, which it automatically is when the slate has been wiped clean, the director of the script, namely the brain, rewards you with shots of happiness for supporting it. Eventually, this makes you so relaxed that you have no more to ask for. Hence the belief in being and having more than that which is one has been undone while you had fun experiencing more than one.

All experiences, including those perceived to be spiritual, are bogus because it takes more than one to be conscious of something and there is no more than that which is one. The same, of course, applies to this or any other explanation in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. None of them are true.

Nor the explanation about imagining oneness being split in two. Since it is impossible, there is nothing to undo but the belief that separation is possible. That is why Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings gladly confirm, they are nothing, and, therefore, do not have something to enhance the belief in separation, so it is phased out the more you read them.

A reintroduction to the inner senses, the enlightenment of that which is one and glimpses of it

As it takes more than one to have a vision, no matter how impressive your inner visions of light seems to be, they are not the enlightenment of that which is one but glimpses of it. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The world of the outer senses is experienced via seeing, hearing, feeling and tasting/smelling it. But if those senses are turned inwards instead, the enlightenment of that which is one is revealed through seeing, hearing, feeling or tasting/smelling it.

And then again it is not exactly like this, because the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be experienced at all since it takes more than one to experience something.

Someone, who believes to be definable, cannot gracefully fall through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one. Yet someone who believes to be definable can learn how to have this belief undone.

Yet bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one is something that can be experienced via seeing, hearing, feeling or tasting/smelling it. This is not the enlightenment of that which is one though but glimpses of it, which come through a hole that sometimes seems to be black and other times full of lucid. Having visual glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one can to be an experience of travelling through lucid worlds with ever-changing flashes of light. The moment those flashes of light are not perceived to differ from each other, there is no separation to define you as someone definitive anymore.

When you play a game, you may forget where you actually are. One of the ways to remember it is to undo the knowledge of what and where you appear to be. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As that means there is nobody experiencing anything, there is not someone to fight that the construction of thoughts which seem to have replaced the formlessness of that which is one with someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one is abruptly extracted by an exceptionally bright white light, that the glimpses have turned into without you being aware of it, as none of this is not happening in linear time but in one perpetual present.

In other words, everything you ever believed to be and have is gone without you knowing it or having any memory of having believed to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. Hence there is nothing to gracefully fall through the hole that is no more, because there is no experience to hide that which always has been and always will be, since it is formless and therefore endless, namely that which is one.

Most people, however, work against the flow of enlightenment, which is done by defining what there seems to be to see, hear, feel or taste as something that is similar to past experiences so that the enlightenment of that which is one is fragmented into more than one, wherefore the belief in being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is not undone.

And as the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be bid welcome without having this belief undone for just one moment, you only had glimpses of it, and therefore do not know what it is.

If you for a moment forget what and where you appear to be, there is not someone hiding the enlightenment of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As the enlightenment of that which is one is not of a world where there seems to be more than one, someone believing to be there cannot be enlightened. But if you for a moment forget what and where you are you are, there is not a world where there seems to be more than one to hide the enlightenment of that which is one.

Returning from the enlightenment of that which is one as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, you are not enlightened, because enlightenment is not something definitive. Yet, there are vague memories of the enlightenment of that which is one, so you are to be compared to it.

This, however, would have been the same result if the belief in being someone definitive momentarily had been undone, because then there is not someone to know the enlightenment of that which is one. In other words, what you believe to be can never be enlightened. Yet it is possible to momentarily forget what and where you are so there is nothing for the enlightenment of that which is one to gracefully carry through a hole that is not there into the formlessness of that which is one.

Since what you believe to be, therefore, has not been enlightened, you appear to be the same if going back to the experience of being a world where there seems to be more than one. However, due to vague memories of that which is one, you do not believe this experience is real. Hence you are to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

A glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one is comparable to a movie trailer, which is just a glimpse of a whole movie, and therefore not to be confused with the whole one.

To round off, as the enlightenment of that which is one has no beginning and end, someone definitive cannot experience it. But glimpses of it – for example travelling through lucid worlds of light – has a beginning and an end. Hence they can be experienced by someone definitive. See also The enlightenment of that which is one versus glimpses of it.

If you seem to see an E here, you are using the E, you have made in your mind, to hide all the empty space.

If you seem to see an ´E´ here, you are focusing on seeing something recognisable, so that you can hide the empty space by imagining there is something there. The empty space is not the formlessness of that which is one, but when you do not imagine a world defined by time and space to be there, no elements of matter are experienced to hide the formlessness of oneness. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Partial devotion to the inner senses results in glimpses of enlightenment
To experience that you are someone substantial in a world defined by time and space, constant focus on something specific is required for the outer senses to fabricate the depth needed to make the experience appear dimensional – otherwise, the outer senses cannot build this illusion.

So the more you defocus, the more the definable world of the outer senses is complemented with the abstract world of the inner senses, where you are bid welcome by glimpses of light if you are visual-minded, ethereal music if you are auditory minded, and the taste or feeling of that which is one in case you are emotional minded.*

The purpose of the inner senses and their glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one is to attract you to such an extent, that you cannot help yourself but to have them undo the belief that it is possible to be someone definitive, even though it means the end of what you believe to be – just like a moth cannot help but to follow its attraction to the flame, even though it is gonna be the end of it.

The idea of mixing something is based on the belief in separation, so do not try to mix glimpses of light with glimpses of ethereal music, for example, as this will imply they are separated. Just welcome whatever glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one, that seems to come your way. Never try to hang onto a glimpse or to have it repeated. If it after a while changes into another aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one, go with that.

What you believe to be is a hallucination, that seems to cover the enlightenment of that which is one – also if you believe to be spiritual, because any belief requires more than one.

These glimpses, as already noted, are not the enlightenment of that which is one, as it has no room for someone being conscious of something since that requires more than one. This does not mean that the person you believe to be is replaced by the enlightenment of that which is one, but that whatever you believe to be is an illusion.

The healing of the body caused by partly being devoted to the inner senses is just a side effect, that helps you not to care about physicality and its inevitable end.

The inner senses and the body
Devotion to the inner senses will heal your body if that is not the purpose of it. It may not include genetically caused diseases, though. But as devotion to the inner senses calms the body, a genetically created disease will not seem to generate fear, which otherwise may further damage the body if projected upon it (see hack #4.3 The unfortunate belief in a body-mind connection).

When, however, the wellbeing of the body is the purpose of devoting yourself to the inner senses, you cannot be attentive to the world of the inner senses, since that requires having no specific focus, so the world of the inner senses fades out without you even noticing it. Thus the body is not being nurtured by it.

Total devotion to the inner senses bids welcome the enlightenment of that which is one
Complete devotion to the inner senses, bids welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, that right away erases all memories of you being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. As you are not there anymore, there is nobody to know how long time this takes. But most of all because the enlightenment of that which is one is not a process but one perpetual present.

At first, however, it may seem to be a process, and as long as that is the case, the brain that produced the experiences of you as someone definitive is not dead so it can be rebooted and again produce these experiences. But since it takes more than one to be anything, they cannot contain the enlightenment of that which is one. So although you are to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, you look like you used to be.

But as soon as the enlightenment of that which is one does not seem to be a process, which in the concept of time happens in is less than a minute, the brain cannot be rebooted, and therefore not produce the experience of you as a substantial being in a tangible world, wherefore there is nothing to hide that which always has been and always will be you, namely the formlessness of oneness. There is, of course, nobody to be aware of this, since it takes more than one to be conscious of something.

The appearance of you as someone in a world, where there seems to be more than one, is a fabrication constructed from thoughts, where some are chosen to be included, as if they are that which is you, and others are excluded, as if they are not you but somebody else. By not excluding specific thoughts but including them all, you become everything and you also lose the appearance of being someone specific, because there are no excluded thoughts to define you as someone definitive. In other words, inclusion excludes what is not real, so there is nothing but the formlessness of that which is you. Enlightenment of that which is one does the same, and so do the other ´ways´ suggested in my non teachings. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The appearance of you as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is a fabrication of thoughts. The ones you judge to be good are chosen to be included and the ones judged as bad ones to be excluded. The excluded ones produce what you consider others to be and what you are not, so if no thoughts are excluded, there is nobody to define you as separate from others. Inclusion, therefore, excludes what is not real, namely separation, so that there is not something to hide there is no more than that which is one. Bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one has the same result, and so does the implementation of the other ´ways´ of coming back to that which is one suggested in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings.

Is the enlightenment of that which is one required to have the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one undone?
The enlightenment of that which is one can be said to be the last step to the formlessness of oneness, but as formlessness is endless, you have never left it, so there is no step back to it, and therefore no need to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one in any one of its aspects, or to have glimpses of it*.

Neither do you have to be connected with the empty breath or devote yourself to the inner senses to have the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one undone. It can be undone while enjoying the world of the outer senses. In the below box there are some suggestions on how to do this:

The more you perceive the apparent differences in the world of the outer senses to not make a difference, the more the outer senses function as a set-off to that which is one (hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is pure bliss).

The same applies to pretending to be someone definitive (hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation or seeing symbols of life in the world (hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life).

And it also applies to being alone together, which does not mean that you are together with one or more who also are alone, but that you are alone together with your fantasy of a world where there seems to be more than one, no matter how many there seem to be around you (hack #7 ´Alone together´ is the key to that which is one).

But you do not even need Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings to have this belief undone. All that is necessary is to not remember what and where you are since that means there is no belief in being someone definitive that appears to hide the formlessness of that which is one.


There is no experience of love without the experience of hate, because you cannot know one without the other. Multitasking allows you to experience both emotions simultaneously, and so hate is as blissful as love. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The reason that so many avoid multitasking is that multitasking leaves them with no time to suppress anger and other feelings, that destroys the perfect image of themselves as somebody at peace, full of love and whatnot.

What they do not know, when keeping specific feelings hidden – hate for example – is that they diminish the experience of their contrasts – in this case love – because you cannot have one without the other.

Least of all do they know that when both sides of a contrast are equally acknowledge, their apparent difference makes no difference. Thus it is just as blissful loving somebody as to hate them. See also Love makes no difference at all.

Be aware though, that to be in the bliss of indifference, instead of the consciousness of being someone definitive, you must be willing to be nobody.

Here the world of the inner senses are about to shift to bright white light, which is gonna extract all the info you have collected in order to appear as somebody and leave it at the edge at a black hole so that there is nobody to fall into the nothingness of that which is one. This is not compatible with appearing in a world, where there seems to be more than one, so if that is what you want, you better make sure the info making up your personality is not extracted or you know where to find it again. This image could be illustrating the last glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one before you give up seeing something specific, and there is an abrupt shift to the enlightenment of that which is one, that extracts all the info you have collected in order to appear as someone definitive and leave it at the edge of what appears to be a black hole so that there is nothing falling through it and gracefully floating into the formlessness of that which is one. You do not know how fast this is happening, because you are no more and have no conscious of ever having been anybody, because there is nothing but that which is one. This is not compatible with appearing as someone definitive in a world defined by time and space, so if that is what you want, you better make sure that the info making up your appearance as someone definitive is not extracted – or that you know how to find it again – which is simply is to go with the flow of fear. And yes, there is also fear in that which is one. No worries. It cannot be experienced there. That is not possible since it would require more than one. It is, however, possible to imagine there is more than one, and going with the fear that this entails, you seem to leave it and instead be part of a world defined by time and space. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Multitasking the inner and outer senses
Much devotion to the world of the inner senses may space you out in regard to the present moment in the world of the outer senses. Yet, if you do not have to be present there, you just go with the flow of the inner senses, as if the world outside of you stands still.

But if you want to go on appearing as someone special in a world where there seems to be more than one, it is, of course, best to totally focus on the world of the outer senses, so that the abstractness of the inner world does not interfere with your plans for having more money, power, love, life, energy and whatnot.

Should you, however, become tired of the race for more, you multitask between the inner and outer senses, so that being loaded with glimpses of enlightenment in the world of the inner senses make you indifferent to the constant demand for more in the world of the outer senses.

If you do not want the belief in being someone definitive to be abruptly undone by the enlightenment of that which is one, multitasking between the inner and outer senses could be your approach, as that allows you to have this belief undone in a pleasant pace while having a good time pretending to be what you are not.

Multitasking is said to disturb the brain so that it is harder for it to focus on something specific. That is why, it is beneficial in regard to having the belief in being someone definitive undone  – especially the multitasking of the inner and outer senses, which happens all by itself when connected with the empty breath.

When you are multitasking the world of the inner and outer senses with the help of the empty breath thoughts are not considered to be yours, so nobody is going anywhere, even though it may appear so.

The empty breath automatically syncs the outer and the inner senses, so that everything feels just fine, nothing is wrong or missing. This is not the purpose of the empty breath, though. Its purpose is to undo the belief in being someone definitive, but this is a lot easier not fighting to survive as someone definitive. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The empty breath automatically syncs the inner and outer senses
Those not connected with the empty breath are often tempted to skip the part of having the belief in being someone specific undone and instead use their own special blend of the outer and inner senses as the means to fabricate their particular version of paradise.

The purpose of this often is to establish themselves as a spiritual helper, but as there only is somebody to help, when you believe in separation, your so-called compassion and help enhances the suffering that this belief entails (see the article Coming from the heart is a denial of that which is one). Besides, there is no paradise without hell, since a world where there seems to be more than one can only be experienced through contrasts.

It is common to think, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Yet you do not appear as someone specific in a world where there seem to be more than one to find more, but to see there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one.

So instead of using the glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one to establish an image of yourself as a new messiah full of love and light, use them to expose the frustration coming from the belief in being someone definitive so that its unedited energy can be used to ignite a take-off to the empty breath.

The moment you have no need give or receive help or support, the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one is undone.

As the inner senses operate on very high-frequency, speedy thoughts and feelings seem to be at rest there. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The connection with the empty breath automatically syncs the outer and inner senses, and as the latter are operating at an extremely high frequency, the restless speculations in the low-frequency world of the outer senses do not seem to cause confusion but relaxation, and so the apparent differences of the world experienced with the outer senses slowly cease to make a difference. Thus the foundation for the belief in separation fades out, and so there is nobody to imagine that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

Following the guidance of the empty breath you are automatically multitasking, because it does not know the concept of focusing on something specific. So when you are do not feel the empty breath multitasking connects you with it.

A perfect moment turns into a state of not-knowing
Having glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one is a perfect moment in the sense that nothing feels wrong. As there is no sense of anything having a beginning or end, it may last longer than the concept of now, which is just a split second in between the past and the future. In other words, the concept of now is based on excluding the past and the future, whereas a perfect moment includes that and everything else.

When differences are not perceived to make a difference, the foundation for the belief in separation is gone. So everything outside of you is inside of you, where is nothing since without an outside there is no inside. In other words, if you do not return from this state of not-knowing to a world where there seems to be more than one, there is nothing to hide there is no more than that which is one. Hence it makes no difference if there are thoughts about the past, the future or anything else while having glimpses of enlightenment. Actually, the most distinctive feature of a perfect moment is that the apparent differences of the world are not perceived to make a difference. Not so much because there is no judgment, but because there is nobody to judge anything since you are in a state of not-knowing.

That is why, it is not before this state is over, that you know when differences are not perceived to make a difference, you are not experienced to be separated, and so there is nobody to judge something as right or wrong.

Since differences are not perceived to make a difference in a state of not-knowing, nobody cares if the bliss of it should differ from one state of not-knowing to another.

Having glimpses of enlightenment, you momentarily do not believe to be someone definitive. Hence you are in a state of not-knowing. This state of bliss** can be induced by all the duality hacks, except for the enlightenment of that which is one, since that is not a state. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

This state of not-knowing is not only induced by glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one but by the application of any other duality hack except for the enlightenment of that which is one, as that is not a state since it takes more than one to be in a state.

Be happy if you cannot overcome the hopelessness that seems to blow you away when not in a state of not-knowing, because when you are blown away a state of not-knowing returns.

But as nothing in a world where there seems to be more than one lasts, nor does a state of not-knowing. Primarily because after 20 minutes, 45 minutes at the most, where the brain has not been kept active by judging differences to make a difference, it falls into a coma.

So if you want to remain as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, you must leave the bliss of a perfect moment. But you must also leave it if you do not want to return as someone definitive but bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one because there is no room for bliss or anything else in that which is one.

Being alone together is based on the realisation that the power behind every experience you seem to have is you. Just like every appearance in a dream is both empowered and interpreted by the dreamer. The animation is grabbed from Ello.

Alone together**
Since the apparent differences in what is normally perceived to be a world outside of you are not perceived to make a difference when in a state of not-knowing and as that applies to whatever seems to be inside of what normally is believed to be you, inside and outside is the same – or rather there is no inside and outside or any other contrasts to define you as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

You are alone together having a fantasy about being someone special in a world where there seems to be more than one. But no matter what seems to be happening in that fantasy, you are not in it – just like within the context of this fantasy a dreamer is not in its dream although the dream is in the dreamer.**

This you cannot know before you have left a state of not-knowing, and memories start popping up of how blissful it is to not believe you are someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

There may also be memories of the transition, which can be quite claustrophobic, as there is nobody to project your troubles and sorrows on since there is nothing but the tight unit of you. But as soon as you start feeling the peace that comes from not feeling disturbed by anybody, this unit is not tight anymore. Actually, it is not there at all, because you do not believe to be someone definitive.

When the apparent differences of a world where there seems to be more than one are not perceived to make a difference, you are not separated from what you experience to be a world outside of you. In other words, you are alone together with your experience of a world where there seems to be more than one – and since this is how you imagine having left the formlessness of oneness, you can reverse this and return to that which you never left, since formlessness is endless. As you probably read in the previous part, you got to leave a state of not-knowing pretty soon, if you want to remain as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. Neither can you stay in this state, if you do not want to return to the fantasy of being someone definitive but to the formlessness of oneness, as being in any kind of state requires more than one.

Staying true to being alone together** this is not a dilemma, because from this follows you never have been in a world where there seems to be more than one. Just like a dreamer within the context of such a world you are in your own bed, which in this context is a metaphor for that which is one. A body forgotten is an invitation to the enlightenment of that which is one

Your body, that seems to be opaque, consists of 1% energy and 99% empty space. In other words, to believe you are somebody is an illusion. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Your body, that seems to be opaque, consists of empty space according to science. In other words, you must be dreaming, if you perceive yourself to be tangible. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The enlightenment of that which is one does not illuminate anything. It is so bright that there is nothing to see. Besides it requires more than one to see something, and there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one, as what is formless is endless. In other words, if you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one you do not exist, and you know it is so. Why else has everybody throughout history asked the same question: Who am I?

Through ideas of love and friendship you create the illusion, that you are someone definitive, who is part of a world with someone else especially for you.

You make yourself appear to be real by for example searching for who you are, as this implies you are someone definitive, or by working for the survival of you, or simply by doing whatever is necessary to feel part of something, so there appears to be a tangible world around you, that seems to acknowledge the existence of you as someone definitive.

It is the tension, that comes from always doing something to be acknowledged as someone tangible, which seems to hold the body together as a unit defined by time and space. But the more the body is held together the more the enlightenment of that which is one is fenced out.

The defences of the body break down when being in love and/or being loved, so even though love is just as virtual as the body, it is very helpful in order to break down the defences against the enlightenment of that which is one. It does not matter what is loved, so you can go devote yourself to sunshine, wine, a pet, a person, a god and whatnot. As long as you stick to the love, whether it seems to be returned or not, it will make the body feel good – and feel good its defences are down, so it does not fight being pushed aside in order to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one.

The enlightenment of that which is one is not full of love
The above should not be understood as the enlightenment of that which is one is full of love. Using love to break down the barriers to the enlightenment of that which is one can be compared to using a drilling machine to make in a hole in a wall. When the hole is done it is empty. The drilling machine is not there. Likewise, love is not in the enlightenment of that which is one. It is empty.

The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be experienced, as it takes more than one to experience something. Only the body can be experienced, but what can be is experienced is not one and what is not one is not real.

Neither should it be understood, as you must break down all the defences of the body. It needs them to defend itself against various kinds of sickness. In terms of the enlightenment of that which is one, a healthy body is good. Not in the sense though that the body needs to be healthy for the enlightenment of that which is one to be received, as a body cannot receive it. A body has to go, and if it seems healthy, you are not occupied by saving it and therefore free to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one without any concern for the body.

Please be aware that the explanations in this article are done within the context of the world. There is, of course, no way a body can stop the enlightenment of that which is one. The body is an illusion, and illusions have no power to stop anything. The only problem is that you believe this illusion is real. It is your belief, that blocks out the enlightenment of that which is one – and only in the context of this belief does it make sense, as in the above to talk about the body and love as a solution for breaking down its defences.

The nature of ´the empty breath´ (in the process of being updated)

It may not always be your experience that the empty breath is your best friend because it is of no help regarding what and where you like to be. Entering the empty breath, you do not feel you go higher, but fall into the bliss of nothing.

PART 1:
The empty breath
is a life jacket you got from that which is one when you left it to be and have more than that. This, of course, is a metaphor because you cannot leave oneness since it is formless and therefore endless. Yet, it seems possible to imagine being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

When connected with the empty breath, what you seem to receive from the world is always the same, because you receive what you give and you give what you have, namely the indifference of the empty breath.

This life jacket, the empty breath, loves you unconditionally. Thus it is not bothered by what and where you believe to be. Actually, it does not even see that. It is a fantasy that only can be seen by those believing to be somebody definitive. And it has no way of believing something because it is nothing. So, consequently, this is what it sees.

To see nothing is to love everything and thus feel loved by nothing. That is why the empty breath does not crave love from anybody. You, however, need to love it if you want to feel, you are unconditionally loved as someone definitive.

Feeling the connectedness with the empty breath, you probably forget to check the lottery, for example. And when you do, you smile regardless you won or not, because in the flow of the empty breath, you arw indifferent to to becoming and getting more.

The empty breath does not know how to heal hay fever or anything else caused by the belief in being someone definitive. But it knows how to undo this belief. And since you get more laid-back in the process of that, new ways of healing your hay fever may pop up. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The guidance of the empty breath is not about how to get better health, more money, success, love or anything else, but seeing that what you appear to be and have is nothing.

Thus being connected with the empty breath, every experience of something is perceived as nothing. Of course, this does not mean that you do not do anything about a broken leg, for example. But since it is seen as nothing, and so is what you do about it, you have nothing to worry about.

To be loved is a need that comes from the perception that diffrences make a diffrence. But since the empty breath is indiffrent to diffrences, being loved or not does not make a difference when connected with it.

Nor does it mean that you do not experience positive to be different from negative, for example, but that the experienced difference does not make a difference. Thus it makes no difference, whether you think positive or negative, feel cherished or rejected, make the world better or not, live in the now or whatnot.

Those advocating ´living in the now´ try to replicate the traits of the empty breathNot by being indifferent to separation, though, but by enhancing it through the exclusion of the past and the future.

This detachment, however, which is a natural trait of the empty breath, cannot be replicated by being an observer or anything else as that implies you believe to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one because detachment is indifferent to this or any other belief.

The function of the empty breath is not to improve the apparent condition of what and where you appear to be. That would just be a replacement of one illusion with another. Its function is to facilitate the undoing of the belief, that there is more than that which is one, so you do not believe that experience of more than one is real.

It is also indifferent to becoming or getting something. That is why connecting with the empty breath or applying any other duality hack does not make you more unique. Changing or transforming somebody or something in a world where there seems to be more than one is just to replace one illusion with another. Like how something is changed on a computer screen, everything is the same because there is nothing on it.

What you see on the screen is on a hard disk where there is nothing but zeros and ones. Yet, it is not before they are processed by an app into what appears to be on the screen that the nothingness of the hard disk seems to be a tangible world in which changes can be made.

The empty breath, which in this context is unprocessed zeros and ones, does not know that you assign special meaning to the nothingness on the screen, which, in this context, is the world, so you appear to be someone experiencing something instead of emptiness.

Being connected with the empty breath you are indifferent to the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one – just like you are indifferent to the experienced differences in the world of a movie or a video game because you know they are make-believe.

All that the empty breath knows is that there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one. Thus all that it wants is to breathe nothing but emptiness into what you believe to be and see, so that there does not seem to be something hiding there never was or will be more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

If something seems to bother you, use the frustration to ignite a take-off to the empty breath, so what you judged as something bad is seen as nothing. See Take-offs to ´the empty breath´.

Connecting with the empty breath has nothing to do with what you eat or think. Nor has it anything to do with meditation except in the sense of being a medium for nothing, which you are when there is a willingness to not look for something. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 2:
Taking deep breaths or, in any other way manipulating the breath is not beneficial when connecting with the empty breath because doing so enhances the belief in being someone definitive.

The same applies to be centred, balanced, focused or something else. It is the willingness to not be anything that ignites a take-off to the empty breath.

This willingness, however, does not come from forcing the body into unique yoga postures, neither by controlling the mind, but by thrusting its uncontrolled flow of energy to ignite a take-off to the empty breath regardless, you walk, sit, talk or whatnot. See Take-offs to ´the empty breath´.

Actually, speedy thoughts and feelings shoot off again and again, and several at a time, to ignite a take-off to the empty breath. But you stop them from becoming boundless by defining them, so you can remain in the illusion of being someone definitive.

The more you limit yourself to be something specific, the more it feels like you are about to collapse. To prevent that, you go on specifying yourself until you feel so constrained that you burst of anger or stop giving a shit about holding yourself together, so the uncontrolled energy of the suppressed thoughts and feelings ignites a take-off to the empty breath. However, it does not help you escape your cage but the belief that you are in it.

INTERLUDE:
Being indifferent does not mean that you do not feel the apparent difference between, for example, love and hate. But because there is no need to be acknowledged as someone definitive when connected with the empty breath, you do not consider one of them better than the other. In other words, it makes no difference to you which feeling you explore.

The same applies when pretending to be someone definitive because what you pretend to be, you are not, so it does not matter if you appear to be lived or hated. This also applies when perceiving everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one because when every appearance is a symbol of the same, the apparent differences of the world makes no difference.

As it takes more than one to be connected with something, it is only as long as you believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, that connectedness with the empty breath seems relevant. PART 3::
It requires more than one to experience something, and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. Thus every experience is fictional. Read more about this in the articles. All experiences are equally unreal, and Nothing that can be seen exists.

Consequently, the experience of the empty breath, though it may seem as if you finally have found something authentic, is as unreal as any other experience.

Yet this experience, which is deeply rooted in an archetypical image of a never-ending rhythmic flow, slowly but surely undoes the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Furthermore, it makes it seems unproblematic to have this belief. Not in the sense that you are not troubled by anything, but in the sense that you are indifferent to it.

A state of not-knowing, which is the result of the empty breath, is also the outcome of the other duality hacks . If it always is the same state of not-knowing cannot be known, because nobody is conscious about it.

If you feel confused by this article, do not try to get a grip on it (read more about that in the hack No understanding = Enlightenment in Extra Duality Hacks). Instead, go with the flow of chaos until you cannot make ends meet into being someone definitive and feel as if you are about to explode, which in a sense also is what happens when the build-up tensions ignite a take-off to the empty breath. Since it results in a state of not-knowing, you are not bound up with the belief that you are someone definitive until you leave this state and return to the consciousness of being someone.

Since that which is one cannot be experienced, it is ignored by those who believe that something unexplainable is unreal. At best, it is imagined to be a state of consciousness in which the self is transcended into a higher one. Oneness, however, has nothing to do with being in a state, nor about being conscious of something, because that requires more than one. So does being someone. APPENDIX:
If the present stream of thoughts or feelings is not manipulated or suppressed, its untamed energy ignites a take-off to the empty breath. In its presence, you can make up stories of love, for example, without feeling deceitful for manipulating thoughts and feelings to make them because the empty breath sees the world where you believe to be as a blank computer screen. So although the stories you fabricate seems to disclose something on it, the screen remains empty.

In other words, when you are with the empty breath, it does not matter how you perceive the experiences produced by the brain as if you are someone definitive in a world of something. You do not need the happiness that comes from being in sync with them. You are in the bliss of nothing.

But as noted elsewhere, the belief in being someone definitive falls apart if it is not constantly confirmed by the experiences that the brain produces of a world that appears to be outside of you. And since what you believe to be is the sum of your memories, and they are stored in the brain, you are the brain. Thus it falls into a coma if you stay with the empty breath for more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, at a time. In other words, the brain falls apart if there is not a constant interchange between the self it has created and the experiences it produces as if there is something outside of it.

No worries, having been with the empty breath for just a split second, the slate is wiped clean. Thus you return to interacting with a world that appears to be outside of you with the perception, ´it is what it is.´ and thus feeling happy regardless of how you experience being treated by the world outside of you.

That is until you wonder why everybody seems to know so much more than you, and you start to play their game of being special by changing your perception from it is what it is to I know what it is. Read more about those perceptions in hack #4.2 Being a self or no-self. This, however, upsets you a lot because hardly anything goes your way. Fortunately, if not handling the frustration of being wrong, the untamed energy of it ignites a take-off to the empty breath.

In this way, you can go back and forth between the happiness of something (read more about that here) and the bliss of nothing (read more about that here) until you forget to disconnect from the empty breath, and there is neither bliss nor anything else that can be experienced, as the enlightenment of that which is one erases everything that requires more than one. PREFACE:
Since the bliss of nothing that sets in when connected with the empty breath is a state of not-knowing, it is not possible to connect with it when in the consciousness of being someone definitive. Thus the connection must be established before the brain, based on signals it claims to receive from our sensory system, delivers a convincing experience in which we are somebody definitive in a world defined by time and space.

Science states, the world we seem to feel and see consists of 99.9999999 per cent empty space. And the rest, despite it also is empty space and as immaterial as a dream, is what we perceive to be elements of matter making up a world defined by time and space.

Appearing to be someone definitive is, therefore, make-believe, no matter what and where you appear to be. Read more about empty space in the articles ´The empty breath´ is empty space and so is what you believe to be and Free to float in the void of ´the empty breath´.

On account of this taking one second for the brain to accomplish, there are countless of seconds where a connection with the empty breath can be established by going back one second in linear time (see how in the articles Take-offs to ´the empty breath´, and How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´ ). In those seconds unprocessed by the brain, there is nothing to define you and therefore no consciousness of being someone definitive, so there is no difference between the nothingness of you and that of the empty breath.

This has nothing to do with getting closer to your pure essence. You have no soul. You are nothing. Being with the empty breath this becomes inevitably so obvious, that there is not something to hide, there are no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

How to connect with the bliss of the empty breath

You connect with the empty breath by not connecting with the consciousness of you as someone definitive experiencing the tangible world, that the brain spends a second to fabricate from the frequencies it imagines to receive from empty space. You can compare this to not turning on a video game, because you rather want to experience the physical world – except that connecting with the empty breath is not a conscious experience but a state of not-knowing, and you have just a second to connect with it instead of the image the brain fabricate as if you are someone definitive. This is plenty of time, though, provided you are willing to not be conscious of something but be in the bliss of nothing. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The empty breath sees no separation, so it has no need to connect with you, no matter what and where you believe to be. You, on the other hand, need to connect with it, if you want to be indifferent to the belief in the brains conversion of empty space into a world where you seem to be someone who is separated from everything else by time and space. Forget about being conscious of the empty breath, as what you are conscious about is never the present but the past.

Having connected with the empty breath by going back one the second from your present experience to the nothingness that is unprocessed by the brain and then not picking up on the brains deceptive fabrication of you as someone living in a capsule of time and space, the unprocessed moment is extended into a state of not-knowing.

This state though cannot last more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, at a time if you want to return to a conscious experience of being someone definitive, because if the brain is not continuously occupied with thoughts, that seems to confirm the conscious experience of you as someone definitive, it falls into a coma.

Consequently, being in a state of not-knowing for more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, is the end of being something. The signals the brain used to perceive to come from empty space can no longer be registered by it and processed into a world where there seems to be more than one. Thus there is not something that seems to cover up, there never was or will be anything else than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless.

Is it the bliss of the empty breath that undoes the belief in being someone definitive, or is it the undoing of this belief that connects you with the bliss of the empty breath? Since this question arises from the belief in being someone definitive, which is an illusion fabricated by the brain, there is no answer to it, neither to who has invented this illusion or who choose to have the belief in it undone. Actually, there is no answer to anything. All questions are constructed from out of nothing. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Not that many, however, go into a state of not-knowing. If they do, they do not remain there more than a few seconds or minutes before returning to the consciousness of being someone definitive, in which they forget a state of not-knowing until blissful memories of it emerge.

How not to be deceived by the brains fabrication of the experiences where you appear to be someone definitive in a world of something and instead drift in the bliss of nothing is a question that cannot be answered, since it is founded on the belief that you are someone definitive, and the bliss of nothing comes from the indifference to that belief.

Neither can it be known, if it is the empty breath or being indifferent to the belief in being someone that comes first in regard to be in the sheer bliss of nothing. The only reason somebody wants to know this – or anything else in regard to a state of not-knowing – is that they believe to be defined by what they know, and want to remain as that rather than being nobody in the bliss of not-knowing.

Thus the above about where to find the transparent bliss of nothing, that the empty breath entails, is not an attempt to answer the question but to rule it out. The same applies to the below, which is a further exploration of the above.

now is an illusion fabricated by the brain

You do not know what you are reading in this very moment, because what you believe to read now is the brains delayed adaption of the signals, it claims to have received from your eyes one second ago. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 1: IN THE BLISS OF NOTHING
Even though it only takes the brain a few milliseconds to register the signals, it has imagined that it receives from the eyes in this very moment, what you are conscious about right now is something else, because the brain needs a second more to process a conscious experience of those signals, so it can deceive you into believing they are the basis for what you experience to see now.

In other words, since your conscious experience of now is a delayed interpretation of nothing that it has taken one second ago to process, what you believe to read now you read in the past – or more to the point, you never read because one second ago there did not appear to be something to cover up nothing.

When not organising thoughts and feelings into specific categories, they do not seem to represent something in a substantial world. Hence there is nothing to block out the empty breath, that does not know of such a world or that you believe to be someone there. All it knows is the nothingness from which this fantasy has been made, because it is that nothingness.

now is a delayed interpretation of the past

The data that your experience of this image is based on, the brain claims to have received from your eyes one second ago. In other words, your experience of now is a delayed interpretation of the past fabricated by the brain in order to fool you into believing, that you are someone definitive having your own life. Yet you have nothing of on your own, nor are you someone at all, because what you believe to be is a product of the brain made from out of nothing. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As this means you are never in the present but the past, and as it is nothing and that is where the empty breath resides, the way to connect with it is to go back one second in linear time (see how in the articles Take-offs to ´the empty breath´ and How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´ ), and thus not have a conscious experience of being someone in the world processed by the brain.

Since there is nobody in this state of not-knowing, there is not somebody to perceive, the signals the brain claims to receive from the sensory system and processes into different experiences of substantial elements, making up a world where there seems to be more than one, to make a difference. Thus they are exposed to be a fantasy, that hides they are a reflection of nothing and not of something, wherefore there are no differences that appear to separate you from the empty breath.

The experience of a dimensional world is a fabrication of the brain, which it produces by overlaying the flat signals it thinks the two eyes ireceives into one seamless image of a 3D world. See hack #2.3 Life is flat or hack #2.5 Size does not matter.

what you believe to be is the brain

The brain uses five per cent of its capacity to construct a self, that through singled out memories, feelings and imaginations make up an exciting story about itself, that is stored all over the brain as if it is you. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

It is just five per cent of the brain, that is used to shape the conscious experience of ourselves as somebody defined by time and space. Much more space, though, is needed to establish this experience as real. Hence a big part of the brain is continuously occupied with thoughts about ourselves as if they are caused by a tangible world experienced to revolve around us and therefore seem to confirm, we are somebody definitive in it. If not kept busy by making it appear, as if there is something where there is nothing, the brain falls into a coma, so you can only remain as if you are someone in the tangible world fabricated by it, if you do not float too long in the transparent bliss of nothing, that the empty breath entails.

It seems, that when the brain is not kept busy with thoughts, that we believe in making ourselves about our relationship with the world (see The ins and outs of the inner senses) for 20 minutes, 45 at the most, it falls apart. And since all the memories we have selected to back up what we believe to be are stored in the brain, this belief falls apart.

When you look for something better, a state of not-knowing is fenced off, until you are so fed up with looking for the best, the almost involuntary reflex to divide the world into better and worse is dismissed in favour for the indifference of the empty breath. Connecting with it, therefore, is not a matter of doing it right but having had enough of that.

Consequently, a state of not-knowing cannot last too long at a time if you want to return to the conscious experience of being someone. This is not a problem though, because most leave it as soon as the uncontrolled speed of thoughts and emotions has ignited it (see Take-offs to ´the empty breath´ and How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´ ).

In the bliss of the empty breath you are indifferent to being and having more

The urge to be and have more is the cause of all suffering because more want more, so you will never be or have enough. That is not a problem though, when connected with the empty breath, because it is indifferent to differences. Hence you always have enough. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

That is because the urge to be someone definitive is so deep-rooted, that it paves the way for the brain to break through the bliss of nothing with its version of you as someone who has special relationships with something or somebody.

Since nothing appears to make a difference in a state of not-knowing, there is no special place to go or someone special to love. Thus having a need for something special, feels like being inside an unbreakable armour of pain instead of floating in the bliss of nothingness.

If not trying to escape this feeling of claustrophobia but feel that and nothing else, there is nothing to define it as something, so you are back in the bliss of nothing.

Compared to this vision of you as someone special who can choose what to be and have, the transparent bliss of nothingness seems boring, because there is nobody to be excited about being and having something special.

Love and empathy are like other feelings created by the brain, so that the experience of you as someone definitive seems to be a happy one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When you go with the flow, for example to have sex with somebody, the brain rewards you by releasing dopamine to make you happy.

Like everything else, the excitement of sex does not last and, therefore, neither the shots of happiness. But if sex is replaced with empathy for your partner, the brain injects you with shots of oxytocin – also called ´the hugging hormone´ – that makes you so happy that you wish to be a family with a baby to cuddle.

A state of not-knowing is, therefore, left by imagining you are special, and in charge of your life, so you can choose a spouse who acknowledges you as unique. It is hard work, however, to live up to the expectations of being special, and it seldom results in the excitement you imagined. So one day, you prefer to use your frustration as a take-off to the empty breath (see how in the articles Take-offs to ´the empty breath´ and How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´ ), and instead float in the bliss of nothing, that arises from the indifference to the desire of being and having something special.

If you try to exclude the desire for something special in order to remain in a state of not-knowing, you are already out of it, because a state of not-knowing is all-inclusive, contrary to the consciosness of being special, as that is based on excluding that is judged to be ordinary. So if not excluding but including your desire, you are still in the bliss of nothing.

In this case you applied hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is pure bliss. But, as all the duality hacks are interchangeable, you could have applied a hack to connect with the empty breath by using the restless energy of your desire to ignite a take-off to it (see How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´).

The bliss of the empty breath has no centre

So when not insisting that your spouse, for example, has to recognise you as special, which is done by not excluding but including your desire to be and have something special (see hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is pure bliss), the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one do not appear to make difference, wherefore you continue in the flow of the empty breath, that helps you to deal with everything included.

The flow of the empty breath goes in all directions – up and down, back and forth, from right to left, or anywhere in between – within its non-definable borders of a circle with no fixed centre or size (see the illustrations in What does ´the empty breath´ feel like?).

It makes no difference to the empty breath, though, what direction you follow or how much you are connected with it. Your willingness to connect is all that it wants (see the paragraph The only requirement is a willingness in ´The empty breath´ and the bliss of not believing to be someone). If it is there, the empty breath automatically syncs the inner and outer senses, so the sense of tranquillity in the inner ones helps you to get through the sense of turbulence in the outer ones (see What and where are the inner and outer senses).

You cannot know what is in your own best interest, because you believe to be someone in need of something. The empty breath, however, knows what you believe in being and having is not something but nothing. Thus what you need is not the excitement of something but the bliss of nothing.

This does not mean, it will seem easier to get a new spouse, more money and whatnot in the world of the outer senses, but that it becomes obvious it makes no difference what you appear to be and have. That which is you is not a limited creature stuck in a capsule of time and space but the formlessness of oneness.

In the bliss of the empty breath you do not know what and where you are

In a state of not-knowing, you do not know what and where you are. No worries. It is not needed. On the contrary. It is the assumption that you know what and where you are, that clouds the bliss of not-knowing it. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As described above, inclusiveness results in a state of not-knowing (see hack #3.3 Inclusiveness is pure bliss). But pretending to be someone instead of believing to be that (see hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive) also does that. And so does having glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one (see hack #6.2 The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be found in a world where there seems to be more than one, but glimpses of it can), or perceiving everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one (see hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life), or acknowledging that the experience of such a world is something you have alone together (see hack #7 ´Alone together´ is the key to that which is one).

All the duality hacks (inclusive More Duality Hacks and Extra Duality Hacks) except the enlightenment of that which is one result in a state of not-knowing. If they differ from each other is not to say, as there are only vague memories of not believing to be someone.

It takes time for the brain to imagine it receives something from our eyes that it can process into a coherent experience of you beeing a substantial being that sees elements of matter outside of yourself.

The brain of a baby does not know how to do this. But in order to incorporate the baby´s experiences into the collective agreed way of seeing the world, the brain quickly learns how to produce a coherent right-side-up image of the world, so it seems the baby shares its experience of the world with everybody else.

The brain deceives you to fence off the bliss of the empty breath

When the brain every now and then screens out what you see, so you do not get seasick from the movement of your eyes, it fills the gaps based on past memories. But as they most often have been heavily edited, the story fabricated by the brain to fill in the gaps may clash with the story of the present that others have. The discrepancy, therefore, makes you feel that something is wrong in you or the world. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 2: IN THE WORLD OF SOMETHING
You are probably not aware that every now and then throughout the day, you are literally blind. The brain screens out what you see to prevent you from getting seasick when the eyes move. The reason you do not notice that you are blind two hours a day is that the brain hides this by filling the gaps with visual impressions of what it imagines to be there.

In the first episodes of a new TV show, there are normally hints pointing to the forthcoming episodes, and since the brain thrives from envisaging what is going to happen next, it is captured into anticipating the future of the characters and thus enchanted by its own predictions into a state of amusement.

The writers of Game of Thrones try to hook you up and fence of the bliss of the empty breath

The writers of ´Game of Thrones´ want us to bond emotionally with the characters, so that we feel attracted to them as if they are real and not just a fantasy. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

But if the writers of the show do not comply with their own hints when inventing the next episodes, the future of the characters does not turn out as predicted by the brain. Thus the fate of the characters becomes a mystery, that the brain hopes to unravel in the following episodes, wherefore it compels you to stick with the show until the very end. In other words, it is not you but the brain that is in charge.

The predictions fabricated by the brain to fill the gaps of blindness are basically a remix of memories that have been adjusted every time recalled to boost the story of you as someone in a tangible world, so it may not match how others see the same events.

Hence you conclude, something is wrong in your story or in that of the others, and you start trying to correct what is judged to be incorrect.

There is nobody in the bliss of the empty breath

You do not read this article, but what your brain predicts that you want to read. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The more you appear to be successful in this, the more it seems that the story can be shaped in such a way, that it comes out with a better version of you. Yet no matter how the story is corrected, it remains a fantasy, and so does the idea that it has an author.

Just like within the context of a world where there seems to be more than one, a dream does not have an author or anything substantial in it, neither the dreamer. And it is it not in the dreamer or anywhere else. It is a deception made to look as if nothing is something.

Fortunately, the brain is not capable of making the empty breath look like something, so when we are in its bliss of nothing, we are not deceived by the experiences produced by the brain to perceive them as something.

How many triangles are there in this image?

Thus you probably do not agree that the grey triangle is an illusion and the one partly framed by a black stroke is disconnected. But if you cover the three incomplete black circles, the grey triangle disappears and the other one appears fragmented.

Since it is the brain not only decides what we see but also what we hear, feel, smell and taste, we are not free, but something fabricated and controlled by the brain into believing, we are somebody in a world where there seems to be more than one, and not the formlessness of that which is one.

Consequently, there is nothing to heal but the sick belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, which automatically happens when connecting with the empty breath that takes us back one second in linear time to the nothingness from where the brain has rendered your present experience of something.

This does not mean, that the empty breath is the formlessness of that which is one because it takes more than one to be something, but that it metaphorically speaking is the door to that which is one.

In the bliss of the empty breath the belief in duality is undone

In a state of not-knowing, it is not possible for the brain to establish the normal consciousness of you as someone definitive. This does not mean, though, that the awareness of you as someone definitive is replaced by something better, higher or purer but by no consciousness. Thus there is nobody to be aware of the bliss that comes from not believing to be someone. That is why it is like walking in the air. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 3: WHEN APPARENTLY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCES ARE NOT PERCEIVED TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE
In a state of not-knowing, you are blind in a sense, that there is no conscious experience of you as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Thankfully this is resolved by the empty breath and not the brain. It continues to process what it claims to receive from senses as if it is something and not nothing, but since the empty breath is indifferent to the apparently different experiences of something, there is no awareness in the connectedness with the empty breath of how the brain categorises them in contrasts of for example good or bad, right or wrong, love or hate, within and without and so on.

Though a world where there seems to be more than one is seen in the usual way when in a state of not-knowing, its apparent differences are not believed to make a difference. Thus there is no experience of being someone definitive and therefore nobody to be happy, sad or anything else.

This does not mean that there are no feelings. but that nobody relate them to them as if they make a difference.

Consequently, the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one cannot be judged to make a difference. Thus there is nothing special to love or hate and, therefore, nothing specific to worry about.

The bliss of the empty breath is the bliss of nothing

When the body, that you appear to be living in, again and again drops something, you could be defined as clumsy. If you believe this and feel guilty about it, you might want to change it.

But as every effort to improve yourself is based on the belief, that there is something wrong with you, your efforts are not changing this belief but enhancing it. You secretly accept this, because even though you do not like to be defined as clumsy, it is preferable to not being defined, because that means you are nobody.

Yet being nobody, there is not somebody to be clumsy or something else. There is just the bliss of nothing.

The bliss of the empty breath is not the end station

A state of not-knowing is not the terminus, but a way to see that there is no end and that everything which appears to have it is an illusion because there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Be aware, that the connectedness with the empty breath is not similar to being connected with that which is one. The latter is not possible, because it takes more than one to be connected with something.

The connectedness with the indifference of the empty breath is simply a way to overlook the apparently different experiences fabricated by the brain so that they are not judged to make a difference, and a world where there seems to be more than one, therefore, does not appear to establish the belief in separation.

In the sense that no thinking is needed, following the flow of the empty breath is no different from following the flow of the genitals. The result of the latter though is the enhancement of the belief in being someone definitive instead of undoing it.

This is not to say though, that sex should be avoided (see Holding back to not ejaculate is just another physical manifestation – but without the physical thrill of it), because the exclusion of sex or anything else adds to the definition of you as someone definitive. Actually, an orgasm can be used to ignite a take-off to the empty breath. That is, if you do not hold back, but are nothing else than that.

Despite the connectedness with the indifference of the empty breath, therefore, eventually undoes the belief in separation, it also enhances it, because it requires more than one to be connected with something.

The problems, you perceive to have, do not come from the world where you appear to be, but from the belief that you are someone there. Hence the solution to all the problems is the same, namely the undoing of that belief.

The same applies to let go of the connectedness with the empty breath or something else, so not to enhance the belief in separation but having it undone, you do not choose to connect with the empty breath or anything else. Hence you are connected with nothing and thus in the flow of the empty breath.

How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´ (draft)

When not trying to make sense of this image but going with its absurdity, the free-flowing energy of the experience spontaneously ignites a take-off to the empty breath and its bliss of emptiness, provided there is a willingness to forget what you believe to be. The image is grabbed from the web.

If not perceiving what you read to be special, it cannot define you as unique. Thus there is not something special to obscure the bliss of nothing.

As soon as you have had enough of the frustration coming from the perception in being special and you do not try to edit or transform your feeling of desperation, the raw energy of it automatically ignites a take-off to the empty breath. Since it is nothing and your current experience of something is processed by the brain from what it did imagine to receive from a gap in nothing one second ago (read more about that here), the take-off to the empty breath only takes one second.

In other words, when you connect with the empty breath, you go one second back in linear time to the nothingness that is unprocessed into something by the brain.  From there, the brains rendering of nothing into a world of something looks the same, but it is not perceived to be something and therefore not confirming you to be someone. Hence you are in the bliss of nothing.

Every time you believe in fighting something, it is to prevent being nothing.

In linear time, it may take a few more seconds, or many years, before there is nothing but the bliss of emptiness because out of reflex you probably try to force the breath through the tensions in the body, instead of going with the flow of the empty breath. It may feel as if you are fighting with the empty breath about how to breathe.

This fight, however, is solely between what you perceive to be you and an intruder because the empty breath is not intruding you. That is not possible. It does not see you as someone made of solid elements, but of emptiness just like itself. So when you stop fighting nothing, the empty breath goes through the tensions, caused by the thoughts and feelings you have excluded from your awareness by hiding them in the body, as they are nothing.

To get to this point, you must be willing to not stop the breath from going through the painful areas of the body. In this process, you may use professional healthcare services to relieve the body from spasms and headaches, for example, as the empty breath is not healing it – only the belief that there is someone in it.

What you believe in being is nothing twisted by the brain into someone experiencing something. In the presence of the empty breath, which is nothing that has not been processed into something, you become indifferent to the experience of something and thus of being someone. Having passed the apparent physical and emotional obstacles, you turn into nobody. It may at first feel like the empty breath sets off from an engine in the abdomen as if it is an inner breath that in a slow fashion pumps air from there to extract the body (read more about that here), whereafter it returns to the engine which seems to take its time before it pumps it out again without any concept of being inside and outside of a body.

Despite that this is nothing which extracts and contracts nothing, it is in a world where everything is experienced as something also experienced to be that. It might be experienced as if you having fun surfing yin-yang like waves in the rhythmic flow of the empty breath, or being everywhere and nowhere in the sound of it, or joyfully moving with the swing of it, or being still in the abstractness behind its rhythmic flow. Although it may have been unedited speed and chaos that connected you with the empty breath, it is not a speedy or chaotic affair being connected, but like you weightlessly walk on clouds. Think of being high up in the sky in an aeroplane. Although it was the speed that ignited the take-off and it must be maintained to keep you in the air, it is not the speed you feel but a laid-back experience of being in the clouds.

Regarding speed, whether connected with the empty breath or not, we are always moving extremely fast because the Earth and thus us as well is spinning at 1.000 miles an hour, if at the equator and a little less when north and south of it, and the entire planet is hurtling around the sun at 67.000 miles an hour. Having a static perception of ourselves, however, we do not feel the thrill of this but having a perception in sync with the brain (read more about that here), we feel it and can use it to ignite a take-off to the empty breath.

However, the ways described in this article and the other ones in hack #5.2 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing are generally not geared for the basic but special self. That is because most are drawn in by the excitement they imagine to get from being special, rather than the pure happiness, they automatically receive when being basic, because the latter will not make them essential in a world where being special, bitchy and having something extraordinary is the standard. Read more these two kinds of self in hack #4.1 The basic self versus the special one.

If not focused but defocused, all the elements used to construct what you believe to be blur out. Hence they do not seem to be something, and you, therefore, not different from the nothingness where the empty breath resides. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

So although being special brings about stress and being basic results in relaxation, almost everybody does their best to establish themselves as somebody special in a mundane or so-called spiritual way. Thus hack #5.2 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing is mostly about using stress and speedy thoughts as a take-off to the empty breath. In regard to the basic self, it is not the stress of being somebody but the relaxation of being nobody, that ignites a take-off to the empty breath.

Let us imagine, you have covered your eyes by your hand, so you can indulge in daydreaming without being disturbed by the world outside of you. Though it feels great to have a fantasy of a better world, it also feels strange to be cut off from the actual world.

So when you want to see the world as it is and not as you imagine it could be, and you sense it is your own hand that stops you from doing so, you automatically remove it. Hence it is the built-up frustration and the realisation it is caused by your own hand, that makes you take it away so you can see the world as it is.

Having had enough of something ignites a take-off to the empty breath and the bliss of nothing
The process in the above box, generally speaking, resembles the way a take-off to the empty breath is ignited. The perception of the experiences you seem to have is believed to establish you as special and therefore to hide that it is a fantasy made from nothing.

This perception, which is to be compared to the hand in the above box, is made from selected thoughts organised into a spiritual or mundane vocabulary (read more about that here), that you share with like-minded ones to confirm each other as being special and not just a fantasy of the brain. Read more about this here.

You may not only sense the bare feet that have made the footprints in this photo but also the body they belong to. Yet there is no feet or entity in the image, and nobody makes footprints like those. When you have had enough of the confusion that comes from this perception, you loosen the grip on the selected thoughts, making it up. Thus you start to see that being special is a daydream. When you are fed up by that, your frustration ignites a take-off to the empty breath. In the connectedness with its nothingness, there is not somebody to perceive that what you experience makes you special or anything at all. This does not mean that you disappear but that you are not attributed with a specific meaning.

The empty breath cannot be experienced as something definitive because it resides in the nothingness unprocessed by the brain. Hence you do not  notice it when you want to experience something.

Since this is a state of not-knowing, there is no awareness of the bliss that nothing entails when not disguised as something. But memories of it pop up when you return to the conscious experience of being someone, which you must do latest 20 minutes, 45 at most, after entering a state of not-knowing, if you want to be able to go on as someone substantial in a tangible world. When returning from a state of not-knowing to the consciousness of being someone definitive, the slate has been wiped clean, so even though it feels like you just had a unique experience, you are nothing special. Instead, you are the basic self you always were supposed to be. Being that you are happy.

And this happiness does not come from what you experience to be and have but from being in sync with the brain (see hack #4.1 The basic self versus the special one), there is no need to perceive any experiences as something special. Thus they seem so unimportant, that, every now and then, there does not appear to be something to hide the bliss of nothing. In other words, you automatically and very quickly go back and forth between a state of not-knowing and the conscious experience of being someone. See To be nobody and yet somebody.

The connectedness with the empty breath does not come from meditating, chanting or any other technique of self-control, because control enhances the belief in being someone definitive. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Being a basic self is an after-effect of a state of not-knowing that may last from a few seconds to many years (read more about that here). Often though it is hastily overridden by the desire to be and have something special. No worries. The confusing energy that this entails is so powerful that it ignites a take-off to the empty breath, provided you are willing to not try to fence off the frustration by denying or indulging in sex or anything else.

In other words, when you are totally fed up with being controlled by the thoughts and feelings, you have sought out yourself to form a belief system of how to be special, you automatically leave it. Not in the sense that you give up, let be or surrender because that is based on being special. But in the sense that the unedited frustration ignites a take-off to the empty breath and in its nothingness there is not something to define you as special anymore.

Are you confused about how to connect with the empty breath? If so, do not try to clear up the turmoil but go with the flow of it so its unedited energy can ignite a take-off to the empty breath. Be aware, though, that you will never know how to connect with the empty breath. It is not something but nothing, and you cannot know how to connect with nothing. But if you forget what and where you appear to be, you do not need to connect because then there does not appear to be something hiding that you are nothing.

Notes on the duality flow, Part 2 [draft]


Being in the duality flow is a bit like listening to the waves of the sea. It is very relaxing and satisfying. However, if you insist on doing things at your way and pace, you soon feel restless because there is always something that needs to be adjusted to make it look like things are going your way. Notes on the duality flow, Part 2 is an appendix to You undo the belief in duality by enjoying it, Part 1-4.

At first, you may get to the duality flow through the perception ´it is what it is,´ but, after a while, you can recall it just like that. You simply choose to feel the abundance of the duality flow instead of the loss resulting from dividing the pairs of duality into separate entities that you assume to be at odds. It took Alexius several months to not choose between the opposite sides of a duality pair but go with the duality flow where they support each other, like breathing out paves the way for breathing in and vice versa.

Unlike the polarity of breathing in and out that goes on and on, other duality pairs are quickly replaced by a new one. But that does not matter. The duality flow comes from the movement between the opposite sides in the pairs of duality. And that always feels the same.

Alexius long time ago conditioned himself to hide his sorrow behind justified anger or disgust. That changed when he did not try to hide or explain his grief but experienced it as it was. This revealed that inside his deep sorrow, a little boy was floating on waves of nectar.

Therefore, since his sorrow was not different from the mellowness inside it, he did not try to fence of his misery anymore to feel good. Actually, feeling sad automatically triggered the experience of the mellowness inside it. Hence this twofoldness became his basic experience of the duality flow.

It reminds Alexius of the physical sensation of drinking coca-cola as a kid when he tried doing that. It was like his body was made of bubbes. He could also describe the duality flow experience as if the body is an ocean full of waves moving nowhere very gracefully or like drops of warm water gently touching the body. Feelings, though, are personal, so your experience of the duality flow´s completeness may differ from Alexius´ description. Anyway, you know you feel it when you keep smiling for no particular reason.

That being said, the duality flow is new to Alexius. It came to him late in the process of writing The Duality Hacks. The discovery of the duality flow started when he wrote a little article in 2020 that over some months evolved into the seven pieces of hack #4.4 The duality flow goes to non-duality. It was not before late in writing and trying out the hack that he got to the duality flow experience described above. Until then, he either remembered the hellish or heavenly feeling that comes from a single-minded perception. See You undo the belief in duality by enjoying it, Part 1. But you probably get to the duality flow much faster because Alexius has paved the way.

When you start to go with the duality flow, it may be the revelation that no experience is singular that blows your mind. For example, if you feel miserable, it is a relief to experience that this feeling contains its counterpart, pleasure. Later on, it is not the revelation that your reaction to something always is twofold that blows you away, but that they constantly interacting with each other.

Calling this interplay the duality flow is not Alexius´ idea. That was suggested by the AI proofreading his writings. It has, by the way, not found anything similar on the web to the duality flow. Actually, most who talk about non-duality seem to deny duality, although this refusal of the belief in duality makes it impossible to undo it.

In the duality flow, you do not get satisfaction from something specific but the constant interaction between opposites. That is why it is foolish to insist on something being specifically good. Anything perceived as good is just as bad because everything comes in pairs of opposites in a world of duality. You probably already know the duality flow in a distorted form. For example, when you think, should I do this or not, you are in the duality flow. But since your focus is on getting a specific result and the duality flow does not deliver anything in particular, you miss feeling completed the duality flow and, instead, get the frustration of fragmentation.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

If you perceive your reaction to everything as ´it is what it is,´ there is no need to accuse the world of being evil because this perception uncovers the beast inside contains an angel. But not only that, the perception reveals that the interaction of those opposites, and plenty others, are what makes up your experience of a world of duality. Hence you feel fulfilled by the duality flow.

Doing that, you do not need to feel perfect by maintaining a specific division of right and wrong that you conceal in sensitive parts of the body, which you prevent from communicating with the other parts. Not feeling fragmented but complete is such a release.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When the way you have decided to see something is perceived as ´it is what it is,´ feeling down, for example, this feeling is shown to not be on its own but paired with feeling up. This revelation makes you laugh. You do not know why. But sooner or later, you realise it is not about being up or down. Those labels are unimportant. What matters is the constant interaction between opposites. That is the duality flow. Following it, you feel complete. That is why you cannot help but laugh.

In the duality flow, you are, of course, still in the psychical realm that makes up the experience duality. Thus you may still get sick. But you deal with that in a laid-back way when in the duality flow.

Being unselfish is like playing a game. You are not there. It is something you pretend to be. Thus everything you do is selfless. But that is often difficult for those considering themselves to be on a spiritual path. They do not want to adjust to the game of duality but to change it so it is shaped by their particular ideas of spirituality. In other words, they want to do live their own way, although they do not know who they are.

This they would not need to know if they were in the duality flow because one feels complete in it.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Having the opposite of your singular opinion revealed is not an intellectual process. In a state of expectation, calling for nothing specific, you patiently wait and in a couple of seconds, it is there. This may start as an intellectual process, where you think feeling angry is complemented with joy. No problem. If you do not hold onto your system, it paves the way to discover the joy inside of anger without doing anything but wait. In this approach, the feeling inside of anger may not get a name. And you probably forget about anger and joy because, in the interaction of them, you feel complete. It is this interplay between opposites that is the duality flow.

 

When it has been revealed that any singular point of view actually is dual, you may forget to label the opposing elements in the duality pairs that you encounter. In other words, if you judge something to be dangerous and see it is complemented with harmless, you do not dwell upon those opposing elements but the interaction between them. Just like it is not up and down but the interaction between those opposites, which is the thrill of playing yoyo.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You feel frustrated until you stop looking for a specific appearance to make you feel happy and, instead, get the pleasure that comes from the constant interaction of opposing elements. You neither stop nor start in this interplay. And you do not remain with a particular pair of opposites but in the movement between opposing elements. That is the duality flow. When you begin to follow it, sooner or later, duality is bound to stop because every beginning has an end.

Just before you pick up the duality flow in a new set of opposing elements, there is a moment of nothing and, therefore, not something to hide non-duality. At this moment, you might hear the sound that seemed to set off the world of duality, namely Aum, which also is called Sohang and in Western religion The Word of God. Read here how to hear it.

You cannot hold onto this moment, though, as that requires more than one. But not holding onto anything does not call for more than on. Thus the idea of duality is not resumed.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings very logically concludes that since it takes more than one to have a shape, oneness is formless and therefore endless. Consequently, there is no more than that which is one. However, since it takes more than one to read this, you believe it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

No worries, going on as if you are someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, you honour that you have chosen to believe you are there. Thus you can choose to undo it. Beginning to follow the duality flow, this undoing is easy because every beginning has an end. Consequently, the belief finishes all by itself.

This may happen sooner if you, instead of following the duality flow, apply hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is pure bliss because it cancels out contrasts. Hence there are no differences to uphold the idea that there is more than that which is one, wherefore the enlightenment of that which is one soon set in. That is not a gradual but instant occurrence (see hack #6.1 From the inner senses through a black hole into that which is one). But since the temporal length of an event is an illusion, you may take your time and begin following the duality flow so you can enjoy that appearing to be and have more than that which is one, until this experience, without any effort of yours, stops by itself.

Hack #4.4 The duality flow goes to non-duality works well with hack #3.1 Every moment is the perfect moment. It can also be combined with the other hacks, except for hack #6.1 From the inner senses through a black hole into that which is one. That hack cannot be used with the others. But applying them a lot, you get to the enlightenment of that which is one

Nor does hack #4.4 The duality flow goes to non-duality work with hack #5.2 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing and hack #5.3 ´The empty breath´ and the bliss of not believing to be someone, as they turn off the experience of duality. The same applies to hack #6.2 The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be found in a world where there seems to be more than one, but glimpses of it can. But you can apply these three hacks to get a break from duality or completely have them blow out your consciousness of something, so there is nothing to hide there never was or will be more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

Connecting with the empty breath or having glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one is what Alexius prefers. Also, before he wrote his non-teachings and gave them a hack number and name. In a split second, these hacks bring you into a state of not-knowing in which you are duality free. But since the brain falls into a coma after 20 minutes, 45 at most, if duality is not acknowledged, he uses those hacks on and off. When not applying them, he likes to follow the duality flow that he recently discovered. In his case, though, it is not to get the experience of fulfilment.

When you know a world where there seems to be more than one is a mirage, appearing to be in it is like playing a game. It is fun because you know, what and where you appear to be is make-believe.

Since he is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, he knows that every experience is an illusion because it takes more than one to be aware of something, and there is no more than that which is one. Read more about that here. So, following the duality flow is simply the way to enjoy the game of dualism when he is not in the bliss of not-knowing.

If not being someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one hack #4.4 The duality flow goes to non-duality is an also excellent hack to apply. Especially if you have a family or something else to take care of because you are not something specific in the duality flow. Thus it is easy adjusting to your environment in a way that benefits everybody there.

When your attitude to something is single-minded, you get the pleasure of something specific. But as everything comes in pairs in a world of duality, it will sooner or later be replaced by displeasure. On the other hand, if your approach is dualistic, you right away get the interaction of pleasure and displeasure, which is so fulfilling that you do not feel particularly happy or sad but on a continuous journey going nowhere with the duality flow.

Being in the duality flow is not about establishing a careful balance but adjusting to the movement between opposites, like when you play yoyo.

You either breathe in or out. You cannot mix that. One excludes the other. But they also pave the way for each other. This is how the duality flow works.

In the duality flow, you do not have to choose between good and evil. They compliment each other, so one is not better than the other. Therefore, since the judge inside you is out of work, there is nothing to establish fear as a specific feeling. Hence it is complimented with trust.

Everything is in constant motion between opposing opponents in the duality flow. As that means nothing lasts, there is no time to fear losing something or not get it at all.

The duality flow is not harmonious but very dynamic. Yet without highs or lows – like an abstract love affair.

Being in the duality flow, you can forget everything about what you used to be. That was based on single-minded concepts. Now you are not someone in particular but in the constant movement between opposites.

That something is ugly is not a fact, but the way has decided to perceive it. This singular Interpretation prevents you from seeing it as it is because everything comes in pairs of opposites in a world of duality. In other words, what you see is as beautiful as it is ugly. Since the perception ´it is what it is´ reveals that every experience is twofold and you are in a world of duality, it brings about completeness. However, since everything comes in pairs, it also results in incompleteness. No worries, you actually neither feel whole nor fragmented but in the motion between these opposites. Just like the thrill of a see-saw does not come from being up or down but the constant movement between those opposites.

Having established ’it is what it is´ as your default perception, you are always in the interaction of opposing emotions and thus feeling completed by the duality flow instead of being unfulfilled by feelings separated from their complementary part. The higher you aim, the lower you must be prepared to go because everything comes in pairs of opposing elements in a world of duality. Hence trying to hold onto a specific part makes you frustrated. On the other hand, following the duality flow brings about satisfaction because being in the constant interaction of opposing elements is the natural state of duality. Remember, if you feel low, it will be counteracted with being high. This does not mean you remain high or escape feeling down, but you are in the interplay of low and high.

If you are into being and having the best, the duality flow experience will probably be a continuous movement between the best and the worst. Should you want to be spiritual, the motion is most likely between that and materialistic. The duality flow could also go between hope and hopelessness, or between whatever you hold dear and the opposite of that. What you need to do to drive somewhere comes automatically in the duality flow. Should things not proceed as you expect, you are not afraid of getting upset because you know everything comes in pairs. We usually do not think about how to digest the food we eat. It happens by itself. In the duality flow, you do not even have to plan the preparation of a meal.* That may not occur, though, in the systematised way you are used to but in the spontaneous way of nature. It does not plant seeds in rows to get the most in return but enthusiastically throws the seeds everywhere to see what occurs. Nor does it build something in a totalitarian way such as Bauhaus or construct a meal in a categorical style like Nordic. To make long short, it is never definitive.

Therefore, although preparing the dinner is more unpredictable when following the duality flow, you can count on having fun and experiencing something new. That being said, there may be a period of transition where you try to hold onto your old single-minded ways of cooking. When it does not work and thus triggers old feelings of despair, you are about to cry.

The solution is not to stop the discomfort but to stand by it, so the definitive meaning you have decided it has can be perceived as ´it is what it is,´ and thus revealed not to be singular but dualistic. Twofoldness is what makes you feel complete in a world of duality. Eventually, so wholly that you fully see, you are nothing but appearance. Hence there does not seem to be something to hide that which cannot be seen, namely non-duality.

The satisfaction you get from being in the duality flow has nothing to do with the satisfaction you get from something specific. In the latter case, you are always afraid of losing what makes you satisfied, whereas you can never lose the duality flow.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Since everything comes in pairs in a world of duality, there is no sense in searching for something specific. That is such a relief.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

If you want the satisfaction of the duality flow, it is essential not to focus on anything in particular. The same applies if you like to undo the belief in duality. Therefore, since the perception ´it is what it is´ cancels out anything specific, you kill two birds with one stone by applying it.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

None of the opposing elements in the duality flow is essential. It is their interaction with each other that matters because it makes up the duality flow. You will want to follow it when you are tired of feeling incomplete. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

When you feel you have nowhere to go and do not insist on that being definitive but counteract it with going everywhere, you are in the duality flow. The same applies if you are in the interplay of irritation and relaxation. The duality flow is not about the opposing elements in a pair of duality but their interaction. That is what makes it satisfying – just like it is the interplay of breathing in and out that makes you feel good. This interchange is also what makes breathing goes on.

In other words, since none of the opposing elements in the pairs of duality can go on by themselves, you cannot always feel positive. It needs to be contrasted by negativity. So if you are not in the constant interplay of positivity and negativity, what you believe in feeling when you claim always to be positive is a concept conjured up via speculations based on the suppression of negativity, for example via meditation. Doing that is like separating yourself from either breathing in or out. You need them both.

To make long short, the solution to everything, in a world of duality, is to go with the flow of the opposing elements which make up the pairs of duality. You hook up with the duality flow by perceiving your interpretation of something as ´it is what it is

Importance is a single-minded notion that has been separated from its buddy, worthlessness, wherefore it brings about loneliness. But in the duality flow, importance interacts with worthlessness, so you feel together.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Following the duality flow, the specific state of mind you have been used to conjure up to feel at ease is forever out of reach. Now everything is twofold. Sadness interacts with gladness and death with life. What this means, you do not know. Nor do you care because you are supported by the duality flow. That is not your doing, so you feel at ease without working for it. That is, if you acknowledge, feeling relaxed is complemented by being insecure. Accepting this polarity, you see the opposite sides support each other by defining one another.

This togetherness is the flow of duality. Being in it, you feel complete. Hence there is no need for a specific state of mind or perspective to escape feeling disturbed.

To justify our hatred, we often deceive ourselves into interpreting something as definitely vicious. But perceiving our interpretation as ´it is what it is,´ we see that viciousness is complemented by gentleness. They define each other, just like hate defines kindness, and you, therefore, only can be genuinely kind when your hatred is acknowledged. Thus, going along with the constant interaction of opposites, you are in the duality flow. This is as good as it gets in a world of duality. When you get angry, you say, »So what! Everything comes in pairs of opposites that define each other. That is the way of duality. Therefore, I soon feel cool.« Hence there is no need for forgiveness or something else to not feel bad.

In the duality flow, you feel complete, so although you may seem just as clumsy as before, it does not make you feel wrong.

Going with the duality flow, hate does not make you frown but smile :)

If you succeed in letting go of your hatred, you also get rid of the ability to feel love because, in a world of duality, everything comes in pairs of opposing elements that define each other. Hate defines love and vice versa, so you cannot have one without the other.

To get back the love you ignorantly discarded, you perceive the hate you see in others as ´it is what it is.´ That reveals their hatred is coupled with love. Therefore, since you can only perceive others to have what you have, you also have love and hate. Read here about seeing your repressed emotions in others.

This revelation brings about other dualistic experiences, which generate even more. Actually, so many that you, eventually, forget to define yourself and others as somebody at all. Of course, getting there is a process,** but not being defined as someone in a dualistic world is instant, as there is nothing in between duality and non-duality. Actually, there is no duality since non-duality is formless and therefore endless.

Fortunately, there is nothing to hide that when you are not defined as someone in a world of duality.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

In the duality flow, your response to something is not singular but twofold. Therefore, as nothing is considered to be precisely right or wrong, there is nobody to blame, and thus nothing to forgive. Reading this, most people block having a twofold reaction to it. Instead, they stick to their conditioned way of interpreting their response to something in a singular way. In this case, they perceive the duality flow statement to make them distinctly depressive.

They do not want to include the counterpart of depression, namely relief, because it exposes their life to have no other meaning than go the duality flow. And since that applies to everybody, nobody is special.

However, the cause of misery is the wish to be unique because to uphold the image of being, you constantly must suppress what you judge unfit. Hence you get a sense of loneliness, whereas you feel together in the duality flow.


*) This is not to say that you never need to think ahead to get something done. But that thoughts regarding that come to you automatically when you are in the flow of duality.

**) This process is not about avoiding the word ´I´ or stopping something else but gradually realising that the experience of being someone is fake – just like you do not prevent the cars or stop making money in Monopoly, although nothing there is real.

This article is a continuation of You undo the belief in duality by enjoying it, Part 1. Hence it is about the perception ´it is what it is,´ which reveals every experience is dual and that being in the duality flow feels like paradise. Actually so much that, eventuality, you forget about duality.

´What if…?´ versus ´it is what it is´

You need to be fully anchored in the belief that you are someone in a world of duality if you want to undo that belief – just like you need to play a game to finish it.

Hence we continue in the context of duality in which thoughts and feelings must be dealt with in an abstract way and physical issues in a material way. So if you conclude, your worries are caused by something you feel in your body – or that it is caused by your anxiety – you are mistaken.

Psychological and physical issues cannot connect. Yet, they may seem to do so when you, for example, combine the interpretation of your present pain in the foot with your understanding of something in the past. If the former is interpreted as dangerous and the latter as worrisome, danger seems to have caused the worries.

Hereafter, the danger and your worries seem to have a significant impact on each other, the more your imaginations run wild on a loop set off by envisioning ´what if…?´ But your specific thought-up outcome is revealed to be two-fold when ´what if…?´ is replaced with ´it is what it is.´ And since there is no specific cause without a definitive effect, your alleged connection between non-physical and physical issues is no more and never was. Thus you can deal with the pain in the foot on its own level, namely the physical, and face the worries on a psychological level. This is much easier and less scary when not imagining that a material issue affects an abstract one and vice versa – just like comments or likes on Facebook have no material impact because cyberspace and materiality do not mix. Or a romantic fantasy about a unique relationship never will manifest physically.

If you experience the world is spinning around you, you will probably be diagnosed with vertigo.* This does not mean the doctor believes your experience is real. On the contrary, you are hallucinating. The world cannot spin around you. However, do not deny that you have this experience but that it is real. When you do that, the fear goes away. Thus you can realise, the whirling sensation is only going on inside you, and outside of you, the world goes on as usual. So just like when you look at the horizon and experience the earth is flat but correct that, you correct the world outside of you spins around you when you have vertigo. Eventually, you realise that nothing experienced is real, as it takes more than one to be aware of something, and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. Having vertigo* is a glaring example of believing in something that is beyond the bounds of possibility. The world is not capable of spinning around you. The whirling sensation is an inner experience caused by a psychological problem, which seems so dangerous that you need to hide what is going on in you. Thus you imagine the world outside of you that is spinning around you.

That is until you stand up to the way you interpret the chaos inside you, so you can perceive it as ´it is what it is.´ This perception makes a crack in your rigid opinion of what goes on. From this gap, something that, at first, looks pretty abstract pops up. But as soon as it has been defined by your initial interpretation, it settles as the opposite of that. Hereafter, it redefines the original rendition, so it is not alone anymore but in a relationship with its opposite. In this interaction of opposing elements, which happens by itself, there is no rigid point of view to uphold the fear of having your suppressed psychological problem exposed.

Since single-minded interpretations are disconnected from duality and since your appearance depends on dualism, you feel disconnected when you are reluctant to the togetherness of twofoldness.

Your initial interpretation is maybe felt like a bubble of sadness in the stomach. If you do not attempt to explain this vacuum but perceive it as ´it is what it is,´ it balloons outward as a swelling bubble of gladness. Had you started with that, it would have turned into sadness. This dualistic interaction does not give you peace of mind because that is a singular experience. Instead, it releases the breath, which sets the experience of other polarities in motion. In this togetherness of opposing elements, you do not separate feelings from their complementary part anymore. Hence there are no specific feelings to hunt you.

Doing that may not put an end to the whirling sensation right away. But since it

Forgetfulness is the best buddy of mindfulness, which you see when you perceive forgetting something as ´it is what it is

Should the procedure described above seems too complicated, and you forget what to perceive as ´it is what it is,´ you perceive your forgetfulness or uncertainty as ´it is what it is.´ Thus you get the interaction of forgetfulness and attentiveness or uncertainty and certainty. And since the interplay of polarity is what duality is all about, you feel fulfilled.**

Always perceiving your response to something as ´it s what it is,´ you do not have to control your reaction to avoid feeling wrong because it will be complemented by feeling right. This does not mean right and wrong is going to be balanced. Dualism is not about balance because that cancels out contrasts (read more about that here), and without that, a world of duality cannot be experienced. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

In the context of vertigo, you should, of course, approach it materially if the cause is physical, for example tiny crystals of calcium that have gotten loose in the inner ear. Maybe you consult a healthcare professional or do the Epley exercise for this. If, however, your reason for doing that is to get it over and done with, you are most likely fixated on getting back to being the you that you used to be.

Non-duality is nothing but one perpetual present. A world of duality, on the other hand, is a constant interaction of opposing experiences, for example the past and the future. Going with this flow of duality, you get the satisfaction of togetherness and not the loneliness that comes from separating the pairs of duality into single-minded concepts like living in the now.

Thus you do not feel fine regardless of the outcome like you do when your response to the problem is perceived as ´it is what it is.´ As already mentioned several times in this article, this perception replaces your singular interpretation of your reaction with a dualistic one. Consequently, you have a holistic experience of the cure and the outcome, maybe via the interaction of instability/stability, doubt/confidence, fatigue/health and disappointment/contentment. Many other duality pairs could be in play. But that is up to you to explore because part 2 of You undo the belief in duality by enjoying it is about to finish.

If that is experienced as abrupt, and your reaction is astonishment, please perceive it as ´it is what it is.´ Doing that, it is no longer excluded from its counterpart, calmness, wherefore you are in the duality flow and thus move on to other pairs of duality, for example abrupt/gradual, beginning/ end, and expectation/surprise. Hence you are, eventually, blown away by the interaction of duality.

So if you do not stop the duality flow by avoiding or enhancing specific thoughts and feelings, nobody walks a path with no distance to that which is everywhere since it is formless and therefore endless, namely non-duality. It is impossible to feel something at all because it takes more than one to do so, and there is no more than that which is one. But since you are reading this, you believe it is possible to be and have more than one. Hence you must feel what and where you believe in being, to undo this belief.

APPENDIX
Those who assume they suffer from a psychosomatic disorder have projected politically incorrect feelings like sexual lust, power strivings, greed, envy and anger, onto vulnerable parts of the body in the same way, some project offensive feelings onto the world.

But emotions are abstract, so they cannot be hidden in something substantial. Therefore, the projection of feelings on something tangible, such as others or your body, only conceals them from consciousness. Most, however, believe their problems are gone when they are out of sight. Just like an ostrich, according to myth, believes danger disappears when it buries its head in the sand.

Many of those believing in avoiding negativity like to use crystal stones for healing. They do not know that most of them, Amethyst, for example, does this by emitting negative ions which produce biochemical reactions that create positive vibes/mood and relieve stress.

This myth, though, is not valid. If an ostrich buries its heads in the sand, it dies from lack of air. And you die from the lack of collaboration between positivity and negativity if you hide the latter from yourself with a head-in-the-sand approach because everything operates in pairs in a world of duality. It is, for example, the combination of the positive and negative pole in a wire that results in electricity.

Since the basis of duality is polarity, it is obstructed when you reject negativity. And since the belief in duality cannot be undone if it is altered, you must bring back negativity in yourself to define positivity, and the two of them, therefore, can interact. Meditation, the basic and special self

Having established itself as someone in charge of its own life, the special self needs to meditate or something else that seems to make it able to control thoughts so it can fool itself into believing, that thoughts are not produced by the brain but itself. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Those who have established a perception of themselves as unique beings with the power to do things in their own way and pace need constant movements of thoughts to uphold their twisted perception of themselves. But as this movement soon becomes too hectic to relax, they meditate to calm down.

At least this is their official reason for meditating, but the real goal is to generate more thoughts to promote themselves in more special ways as if they are someone having direct experiences, for example. As anybody who has meditated* knows, when trying to control thoughts, they multiply. Read more about that here.

When thoughts seem to stress the special self, and it needs to meditate, it is not because the brain produces a lot of thoughts, but because the special self is busy moving those few that there are available so it can compile them into a perception that does not relate to its experiences as they are but how they should be.

Since the basic self perceives its experiences as they are and therefore confirms that every moment is the perfect moment, it does not see anything that needs changing. Hence there is not something to stress it, but to make it feel good. Read more about a perfect moment in hack #3.1 Every moment is the perfect moment.

The basic self has no need to meditate to stop thoughts because it serves the brain. Therefore, as it does not have to think, it has no need to do something relaxing. On the other hand, the special self constantly feels troubled by the hectic flow of thoughts that is required to establish itself as an independent being, who knows better than the brain how the world should be. Hence it needs alcohol, drugs, meditation* or something else mind-numbing to get a break from all the thoughts it needs to uphold its image of independence.

The brain´s ways are like nature. It has fun throwing seeds here there and everywhere without worrying about how it turns out. Humans, on the other hand, have no fun and lots of worries. They only care about getting as much as possible for as little as possible. Thus they organise the seeds in straight lines to make the most profit out of them.

Since it is not possible to alter the stream of thoughts that the brain produces for the self it has created, the consciousness that has been installed in it by the brain first make a perception of the stream that establishes itself as the maker of it. Then, like a god, it says, »This is my creation.« And Bam! The world, as it perceives it, appears to manifest. Next, it says, »I am an independent being.´ And Bam! The perception is ratified as a fact.

Third, it builds a character with a few flaws, so it always has something to make better through meditation or other techniques where it seems to be in control and thus in charge of its own life. Although all of this makes it feel unique, it does not feel fulfilled because being on its own feels lonely.

The brain has implanted a consciousness in the self it has fabricated, so the self can be aware of itself as someone substantial by continually perceiving the experiences the brain keeps making as tangible. But when the perception of the self does not relate to the experiences as the brain creates them but how the consciousness expects them to be, the self disassociates itself from the brain and thus itself, because what and where it appears to be is a product of the brain.

Therefore, the perceived independence is a disassociation from itself, and every act that it perceives to do in its own way and pace deepens it. That is why dieting, meditation, for example, does not make it satisfied.

If you try to solve absent-mindedness by mindfulness meditation or grounding exercises, you make it worse, because you do not know how to take care of yourself. Only your maker knows that, and since it is the brain, the solution, in the context of believing to be someone, is to be in alignment with the stream of thoughts coming from the brain, instead of using meditation,* for example, to distance yourself from thoughts. The special self always looks for something that can fix what it perceives to be wrong. It does not, however, want the solution that would fix them all at once, namely to not perceive the brain as an enemy but a friend (read more about that here), whose only interest is to produce a variety of experiences that will entertain it.

Ultimately speaking, the solution, of course, is to undo the belief that you are someone who experiences something. As this is the end of being anything at all, the special self avoids that by meditating or something else, which seems to imply that doing so will transform it into a higher being who is a part of something greater.

If you need to meditate to relax, it is because you try to edit the stream of thoughts coming from the brain and exclude those that do not fit into your established perception of yourself. Not trying to edit the ever-changing flow of thoughts but perceiving it as it is what it is, your personality is not fixed but relative. Thus hating what you dislike feels just as good as loving what you like.

Thinking that your purpose is to learn who you are, you deceive yourself, because learning requires more than one and so does having a purpose and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

The basic self has no need to relax, find or transform itself through meditation, yoga, fitness and whatnot. As its perception is in sync with the stream of thoughts that come from the brain, it rewards the basic self is rewarded with shots of happiness. And as this happiness regularly makes it forget to remember being somebody, there is nobody to transform.

The special self, on the other hand, would never forget to remember being somebody because it is on a mission to become a more unique being who is part of something greater. But since this never turns out as expected, it settles for following a guru or something else that seems to improve its social status.

The special self uses meditation, Tai Chi or something else, that makes it seem to be in control, to disassociate itself from the brain and make it appear to be the centre of the world.

Mindfulness is for those who believe they make their own thoughts and, therefore, can change or slow them down via meditation. But they have not made the thoughts they appear to have. Only the perception that there are too many of them and that they are disturbing. However, this is not so when no thought is perceived to be yours, but ´it is what it is.´ Read more about that in hack #4.2 Being a self or no-self.

PART 1:
Gurus and others talking about silence, inner peace and bliss are trying to seduce you into believing, that they know how to find shelter from the world – or how to transcend it. But how can they claim, there is something to find in a world, they also say is an illusion or a dream? Everything found in a dream is of course equally illusionary, no matter if it seems to be found inside or outside of an appearance there or whether it is judged to be pure or whatnot.

The foundation of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings is that a world where there seems to be more than one is to be compared to a dream or a movie – in other words, it is an illusion! This is possible to sense, just like when you – within the illusion of a world where there seems to be more than one – have a dream and for a moment since it is not real.

Regardless the distances and the apparent different persons in a dream, there are no distances and no differences at all. Everything is in the dreamer, so no matter where you appear to be in the dream you are with the dreamer. It is only the belief in its realty, that separates you from each other.

This does not mean, that you in such a moment see what is real, but that you sense the unreality of a world where there seems to be more than one. What is real you cannot see, as there is nothing real in an illusion, no matter what you seem to think, feel experience or read – included Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. But if can you sense, what you think is you is nothing but a fleeting appearance be in a dream, it is likely that the dreamer of it is real.

Reality though is not something definitive. It is formless and much more energetic than you can ever imagine in the dream of a world defined by time and space. Millions of atomic bombs exploding at one time are nothing compared to the formless energy of that which is one.

It is one perpetual present at an unimaginable speed – so fast that there is no difference to see and nobody has the time to see anything. That is why nothing is happening in the formlessness of oneness. See A world where there seems to be more than one is to be compared to a movie of that which is one played in slow motion.

Alexius is speaking from vague memories of the enlightenment of that which is one, where the dream of a world defined by time and space is no more and therefore neither Alexius to experience something. That is why – apart from the certainty that there is no more than that which is one and therefore not a world where there seems to be more than one – he only has vague memories of it.

If you experience or are aware of something, you are either unreal or hallucinating
The experience of seeing something can only occur in a world, where there seems to be more than one. In such a world one perpetual present seems to be hidden behind the idea of linear time, as it gives the impression, there is a continuous flow of endless events with each their own past and a future.

Reality is that which is one. There is neither nothing inside or outside, as that requires more than one.

Selected fragments of this flow some gurus want you to freeze and uphold as if it is a state of peace or stillness, but just like everything else in a world where there seem to be more than one these states are based on excluding something upsetting or disturbing.

In other words, as they are based on the belief in separation, they exclude the only peace and stillness there is, namely the formlessness of oneness, which has no disturbances, as it takes more than one to be disturbed by something. So if you are feeling disturbed or feeling anything at all, you are either unreal or hallucinating.

The enlightenment of that which is one versus glimpses of it
The enlightenment of that which is one is a moment, that starts in the dream of a world where there seems to be more than one. Yet in the exact same moment, the dream is over. As that which is you were not in the dream, it is not awakening to a new awareness. On the contrary, there is no awareness of anything, neither that you seemed to have believed being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, as that requires more than one. There is just one bright light – so intense that there is nothing to see and therefore nothing to be.

The enlightenment of that which is one sucks you through a black hole, that starts like a zen circle, except the ´drawing´ of it starts off from the top going extremely quickly in both directions at the same time with a brush like a stroke at both of the ends like in this image. When they meet, an extremely bright light – neither opaque or transparent – explodes out of it while extracting the thought construction you identify to be you, so that there is nothing to suck into the black hole. But the two strokes making the black hole will not meet if you have registered them as for example moving black strokes looking like a zen sign, because you are comparing it to the past and so you go back there. In other words, the black hole is not completed and you are back in a world where there seems to be more than one. From this follows that this description is a mix of my vague memories of the enlightenment of that which is one and my many glimpses it, that stops with the forming of the circle around the black hole. The light is there to suck what has been stripped free of the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one through a black hole into that which is one. That is if there are no leftovers of this belief because if there is, you will think that you see something and therefore return to a world where there seems to be more than one, because only in such a world can something be experienced to be seen by somebody.

In other words, if it is perceived as if there is something definable in the enlightenment of that which is one, you will again appear to be someone definitive in a world defined by time and space.

Those who have exciting enlightenment experiences to tell about have held onto the belief in being someone definitive and therefore not as nobody been sucked through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one, so what they have experienced is a glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one.

Glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one can be experienced by seeing, hearing, feeling or tasting it. But as it requires more than one to experience something, the glimpses are not the enlightenment of that which is one.

From from the perspective of a world defined by time and space the enlightenment of that which is one leads to nothing, because there is not something to see, and therefore nothing to define you as someone definitive. That which is one has no perspective, as it requires more than one to have something.

For someone who is fed up of appearing to be someone definitive, it is frustrating to only have glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, but for those who love to appear as someone special it is perfect, because the glimpses can be used to pump up the specialness by lecturing or writing books about the experience of a vast empty space full of pure consciousness, love, bliss or whatever the glimpses are interpreted to reveal.

But it has nothing to do with the enlightenment of that which is one because only someone definitive can be full of pure consciousness, love, bliss or anything else.

The rogue consciousness of the self* likes to give the impression, that it can help you get more, whether in a so-called spiritual or materialistic way. Yet you never get anything but the need for even more. This need, however, you already had. It was because of that, you believed to be someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, so it seems, that although that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

PART 2:
Someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, as well as someone who is not, knows nothing. Those not to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, however, do their best to act as if they know a lot, whereas someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one has no such need, as the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one is not perceived to make a difference, and so there is nothing to know – except of course that there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one.

So whether you think, that you know, why it is raining, why you or somebody else do this or that, what you think you know is an illusion, as it takes more than one to know something and the formlessness of that which is one is everything, because what is formless is endless.

From this follows that to love or help somebody, just like everything else in a world where there seems to be more than one, is an illusion, and therefore not an attribute of that which is one.

Nothing that requires more than one is an attribute of oneness. In other words, love and whatnot only seem to be possible in a world where there seems to be more than one. Believing to be someone in such a world, however, they can be useful in regard to having the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one undone. That is if this is the purpose of using them. See hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation or hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life or hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is pure bliss or hack #7 ´Alone together´ is the key to that which is one.

In a world of linear time, this appears to takes time. In the process, however, the duality hacks will enable you to enjoy the illusion of that while having the belief that you are someone enjoying something undone. This does not apply to hack #6.1 From the inner senses through a black hole into that which is one, as there is nothing to enjoy in the fastest way possible to have the belief in being someone undone, namely the enlightenment of that which is one because it takes more than one to enjoy anything. Besides, the enlightenment of that which is one takes no time, as there is no time in that which is one.

All that being said about ways, the formlessness of that which is one is everything, because what is formless is endless. Hence a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion, including any way out of it. So to fully undo the belief in such a world, the way you appear to go must be undone as well.

A person cannot bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one. But a person can momentarily forget what and where it appears to be so that there is not something definable to hide the formlessness of that which is one. If a person just partly forgets what and where it appears to be, the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be bid welcome. Yet such a person may have glimpses of it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

EPILOGUE:
Who is looking for food but those with an empty stomach. And who is looking for enlightenment, but those who feel empty. Unfortunately most try to fill this the emptiness with something of a pleasurable nature like for example bliss. But nothing can fill this emptiness, because it is a fantasy based on the belief, that you are someone specific in a world defined by time and space, and that which is you is the formlessness of oneness, so that is not possible.

That is why you are bound to feel empty if believed to be someone specific. The solution to feeling empty is therefore not to fill up the emptiness but to undo the belief in being someone definitive.

An enlightened (in the sense of the enlightenment of that which is one) never ask ´who am I?´, because there is no doubt there is no more than that which is one and therefore not a world where there seems to be more than one – regardless it appears to be astral and whatnot. Consequently the enlightened has no need for communities, discussions, so-called interesting exchanges or dialogues, sending love or anything else to make it appear as if there is someone specific there. Someone compared to the enlightenment of that which is one does not believe but pretend to be someone.

Last night I died from the world again

Just like we have senses to see, hear, feel, smell and taste a world experienced to be outside of us, we have similar ones to sense an inner realm. To use the inner senses, or go beyond the senses we normally use, namely, the outer ones, they must be more or less turned off. Here you can read more about what and where the inner and outer senses are.

The more you do not focus on something specific in the world, that the outer senses seem to produce, the more they are closing down and the less you see a definable world. To be completely defocused for a moment feels like you die from the world of the outer senses. This might be why the New Testament says that St. Paul died daily.

A complete transition from the outer senses to the inner ones can be very uncomfortable. Some choose to die instead of going through this phase. But the most fight to remain as a person in the world experienced by the outer senses, as that is where they consider life to be.

Vomiting is a way to stop frightening feelings from coming up
Psychologically speaking it is said, that when suppressed feelings are about to surface, some unconsciously choose to vomit instead of facing them. It is a bit the same in the total transition from outer to inner senses, in the sense that part of you are afraid of the unknown and try avoiding it by doing something very physical like vomiting.

But it is best to avoid vomiting in the phase of the total transition from outer to inner senses, and instead face the extreme discomfort by including it precisely as it is without trying to understand or embrace, so you are what is in the moment and nothing else. Then it is over. It might be easier said than done, and it probably takes a long time to pass the apparent discomfort.

At a very young age when one of my inner senses opened, the outer ones were fully turned off, so there was nothing to block out the enlightenment of that which is one. I had been driving a taxi for 15 hours and was exhausted to the extent that I confused traffic lights for customers trying to hire a cab.

When I finally returned home from work, there was no energy left to fight the inner sense called the third eye to open up and burn away everything that appeared to be Alexius in a world where there seems to be more than one, so that there was no belief in something definable to hide there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one.

In deep sleep or big exhaustion, you do not sense apparent differences to make a difference, which is the invitation the enlightenment of that which is one is waiting for. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Deep, deep sleep
The inner senses are like the outer ones in the way, that if one of them is intensely used, the other ones seem to be somewhere in the background. In other words, one sense dominates at a time. For me, it was the most known of the inner senses, that dominated, when the inner senses opened up, namely the ability to ´see´ light. Not a light though that can be compared to anything you can see with the two eyes of the outer senses.

The Bhagavad Gita compares this light to light from thousands of suns, but I would not do that. To compare it to something is to say, there is something to see, that can be defined by time and space. It is not a light that illuminates something. There is nothing to see – not even light because there is no consciousness of being someone. There is just light and nothing else.

Soon after I bid welcome the visual aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one, the inner ear opened with ethereal harmonies sounding like bells but in a lot crisper and softer way than the mundane ones. Regarding the opening of the inner eye, I had no discomfort in the transition. Guess I was too exhausted to fight the opening of it. Speaking of the opening of the inner ear, I think it happened in what Buddha called the deep sleep.

If you sleep very, very deep, the concept of an ´I´, that experience something, is gone, and so there is nobody to fight the flow. It was in such a profound sleep that my inner ear opened up just like that.

The focus and concentration needed to read books enhances the belief in being and having something specific, contrary to defocusing that initiates the flow towards the formlessness of oneness.

The above is not much of an explanation of the deep sleep, but as I have not read the Buddhist statements, which are probably full of fancy names for levels and whatnot, all I know is from deep sleeping myself – or rather not doing it, as there is nobody there. That is why all I have are vague memories.

The desire to escape that which is one is the reason, you must belief it is possible to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, so you appear to be and have more than another one. Escape is so deeply rooted in the belief system, that it governs everything you seem to do.

Even if you change your mind and want oneness instead of separation, you still think you need to escape the enlightenment of that which is one. That is until you realise, it is yourself that you want to escape, because that which is you is no different from that which is one.

Tasting the sweetness of that which is one
To taste the sweetness of that which is one, which is like a flavour of milk and honey with a hint of liquorice or sometimes strawberry was not without discomfort for me. My body acted like it had been attacked by something dangerous and panicked by making vomit reflexes. But when I did not try to escape it, the panic turned out to be a lid on a jug of a smoothie-like texture, that in some scriptures are called the nectar of life.

This is very much told in retrospect because as the enlightenment as that which is one cannot be experienced, this aspect of it is rather the tastelessness of nothingness. It was not after having had several glimpses of this aspect, which is an experience of a transparent sweet smoothie-like flavour, that I realised I must have bid welcome this aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one because I had a memory of this taste in its extreme and most pure form, namely the tasteless formlessness of that which is one.

When the biological system of the body does not function anymore, the world of the outer senses cannot be experienced. For almost half an hour, however, you remain in the world of the inner senses, and as it is only in the world of the outer senses the belief in being someone specific can be upheld, nobody is dying. That is if you do not fight the world of the inner senses by holding onto something specific, that reminds you of something in the world of the outer senses.

Last night I finally died from the outer sense of feeling a tangible world
The inner sense of feeling has not been easy for me to get in touch with. It took many years of discomfort, vomiting, being hospitalised and at times losing the ability to balance – just to mention a few of the unsettling things, I have encountered as a person in the world getting closer to this inner sense.

Reading this article later I can tell all memories of discomfort is gone. So do not worry, choosing to go with the flow of the inner senses, you are going to be fine.

But last night in a very deep sleep I got so close, that I completely died from the outer sense of feeling a world defined by past experiences. In other words, the belief in being Alexius was momentarily undone, so that the enlightenment of that which is one was bid welcome – not in a visual but emotional way though. First, there was discomfort from not feeling my body to be separated from the bed. It was as if everything was electric and full of tiny bubbles.

Next, it turned into one feeling of nothingness, in the sense that there was nothing tangible – neither Alexius. Calling it a feeling is not entirely correct, because there is nobody to feel it … and nobody to remember it. In other words, what I am writing is based on vague memories, that I seem to be able to pick up from what feels like very far away and yet right here.

I remember, it was not like in a world defined by time and space, where there seem to be different events happening in sequences of time. There was no time. Everything was happening simultaneously.

It was one perpetual present and still is. This, however, cannot be described in a world of linear time, so it seems as if it happened in the past. Yet there was and is no difference between that which I am and the non-tangible feeling of one eternal presence of nothing but sizeless bubbles. This should not be understood that I am in a state like that in a world where there seems to be more than one, but that I know I am not there, because there is no more than that which is one.

Until that night I only had glimpses of the emotional aspect of that which is one, which is to emotionally experience the vibration that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises. The feeling of this vibration can be compared to the feeling you have in the body when quickly drinking the bubbles from a Coca-Cola, or from sensing the purring of a cat. Back in a world where there seems to be more than one
To leave the enlightenment of that which is one and reappear as a person in the world of the outer senses, all that is needed is to perceive something, as this is based on separation. I remember from years ago, when I came back from my first intense glimpse of the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises, there had been a wish to live as opposed to dying. Such a contrast – or any other for that matter – is only applicable in a world where there seems to be more than one, so again Alexius appeared to be there.

To experience the enlightenment of that which is one, there must be someone to experience it, but that is not possible, as it takes more than one to experience something. Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings therefore discerns between the enlightenment of that which is one, which cannot be experienced, and glimpses of it, which is an experience of it, that is comparable to watching a movie trailer, that is just a sample of the whole movie.

The outer and inner senses are two sides of the same coin – that is why it is easy to shift between them and also why they both are part of a world where there seems to be more than one. In other words, the glimpses of enlightenment that can be experienced via the inner senses are not the ultimate reality. Well, actually, nothing is.

As a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion, there is nothing to wake up from and nothing ultimate to come back to. If there was, a world where there seems to be more than one would not be an illusion. Consequently, this article is as illusionary as a street sign pointing towards for example New York. It is just a pointer, and not what it is pointing towards.

We all know, that within the framework of a world where there seems to be more than one, the world simulated in virtual reality glasses is not real, and that when you take off the glasses, everything that appeared to be in the virtual world disappears, so that is not something to disturb you from seeing what is supposed to be the real world.

The world of the inner senses with glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one shows us the same is true in regard to the world that is experienced with the outer senses because it fades out the more the outer senses are turned inwards towards.

When the enlightenment of that which is one is bid welcome, there is nothing to experience, as it takes more than one to experience something.

But the experience of this inner world** full of lucid light, ethereal music, sweet nectar or bubbles of nothingness disappears, if the outer senses are completely closed off, as the contrasts, that glimpses of enlightenment seem to be made off, will dissolve, so there are no glimpses to experience, neither somebody specific to experience them – and therefore not something to hide, there is nothing but one perpetual present.

Please do not take the expression in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings about an inner and outer world too literal. It should not be understood as there is a world inside of you. There is nothing inside or outside of you. The inner world simply refers to something, that it is not experienced to be in the world, you perceive to be outside of you.

From the perspective of a world where oneness is divided into more than one, there is literally nothing in that which is one. But from the standpoint of oneness – though no such thing is possible, as it requires more than one to have a view of something – there is everything in that which one, as it is formless and therefore never ends.

NOTE ABOUT DYING FROM THE WORLD OF THE OUTER SENSES
To die from the outer senses and return to them again can be compared to rebooting a computer. You feel like a blank slate when coming back. The transition though of leaving the imagination of a world where there seems to be more than one and going where you cannot go, namely where there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one, can be full of fear and discomfort, and that there is a chance, you will not make it back to a world where there seems to be more than one with a sane mind. There are no guarantees.

NOTE ABOUT MULTITASKING BETWEEN INNER AND OUTER SENSES
When you open up to the inner senses, they reveal their world at their own accord, which might be inconvenient in regards to the world that is experienced with the outer senses, so make sure to stay away from things and places, where the focus on the world of the outer senses is needed when you sense the inner senses are knocking at the door.

This is not a problem though, if you connect with the empty breath, as its function is to be an automatic gear between the inner and outer senses. Beyond the senses – or the outer senses versus the inner ones

Those who hear or feel the humming coming from far away as an echo of that which is one cannot use it to make themselves or the world better. But they will be used as a door to close the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one, so there is no experience to hide that which is one. This does not mean they will be transformed, as that requires more than one and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. PART 1:
If a world where seems to be more than one is not real but that which I am is, it is not possible to be in such a world. Yet it is possible to pretend being ´there´. This is to say that most of the below article is written within the framework of pretending to be someone ´there´, so the experiences described in it – for example that the Earth stopped moving – is just as illusionary as any other experience in a virtual world.

Beyond the senses – or the outer senses versus the inner ones
The first time the world stood still was in my teen years. I looked out the window and everything was covered by snow. It was like the whiteness of outside of me turned everything white inside me while Donovan* gently was singing Jennifer Juniper.

I forgot to participate in the story of time and space, so the Earth stopped moving and the air was so thin, that there was no space between anything. Music was coming out of my speakers, yet the silence was so loud, that all I heard was the echo of that which is one.

Much later on a walk along the sea, the echo of that which is one was there again – and not so much later, when I was walking on a pedestrian street busy handing out flyers, the distant echo of that which is one was so intense, that even though people were moving on the street, there was no movement and no people. Do not know what there was – it did not seem tangible.

After being accustomed to hearing the echo of that which is one, I realised that this distant humming is what the words Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolise,* and that the reason people even after years of chanting or contemplating do not hear it is that they are waiting for those words to reveal a higher understanding. But there is no understanding to be revealed, neither is there any need for that, when you actually hear the distant humming, that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises.

The echo of that which is one
The word guitar is a symbol of something, that can make amazing sounds. Yet the word cannot make those sounds. Actually, there is no way to know what a guitar sounds like when you read the word guitar if you have not already heard what it is a symbol of.

It is a little bit the same with the words symbolising the distant humming of that which is one – and then again it is not exactly the same. A guitar can produce something, but the vibration that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God* symbolises cannot produce anything. It can be compared to the sound of a vacuum cleaner, which does not vacuum clean. It is just there when the vacuum cleaner is turned on.

Likewise, the humming, that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God* symbolises, is an echo ´hanging in the air´, when the imagination of a world where life is divided into more than one is turned on. The humming is the engine of such a world – not in the way that it produces it, but in the way that it is the energy, that makes it possible to imagine that you are someone specific in a world where there seems to be more than one.

When everything you know is undone, there is peace
It is not accidentally, that it is a vacuum cleaner that is used in the above description. The humming of that which is one is to be compared to a subtle version of the sound from a vacuum cleaner or the sound from the ventilation in a big place like an airport, or the fusion of all sounds in the world, or the sound at the edge of the breath (not the sound of breathing in, neither of breathing out, but at the edge of it – or rather on the top of it).

If you are into becoming famous or rich or making the world a better place according to a specific belief, this vibration is not for you. It has no power to change anything. It knows of nothing to make better. On the contrary. Everything conceivable is undone, which leaves nothing but that which is one. In other words, there is peace, because it takes more than one to not be at peace.

The enlightenment of that which is one versus glimpses of it
Apart from the last two sentences in the above paragraph, this article has not been about the enlightenment of that which is one. It cannot be heard, as that is an experience and it requires more than one to experience something. What I have been talking about is the experience of having glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one in the form of hearing the vibration that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises, which we can have when the definable world of the outer senses become so distant that the distant humming from the edge of the universe is the nearest to us.

To hear or feel the distant humming, that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises is one aspect of experiencing glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one. The other aspects are to have amazing visions of light, the crispness of ethereal harmonies or the sweetness of oneness. The world of the outer senses is very focused on visual impact, so you may only have heard of the visual aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one.

Those glimpses are revealed by the inner senses when the ones are partly closed. In the world of the inner senses though there is only one of everything, so there is just one eye, one ear and so on, and they are not physically tangible.

As long you are experiencing the enlightenment of that which is one in one of its aspects, you are having glimpses of it, but if you stop perceiving them as if they can be defined like this or that way, there is nothing to define you as an experiencer, and so there is not someone definitive experiencing them, and so there is no difference between them and you. That is the enlightenment of that which is one.

What is real is never-ending, so all experiences are unreal
Compared to the enlightenment of that which is one or having glimpses of it, living as someone specific in the world of the outer senses feels like a joke – but why not enjoy the joke. There is nothing to lose. As you are not someone definitive, you can pretend to be anybody in the world of the outer senses. If you are into concepts of love, you can perceive the world through such glasses as if everything is love or a cry for love. It is all make-believe so anything will do.

When the world experienced through the outer senses is an illusion, one may conclude, that the world experienced through the inner senses is the real thing. But as what is real never ends, neither the inner or outer senses are real as all experiences have an end  – including the experiencing glimpses of enlightenment.

Metaphorically speaking you can say, that what you experience via the inner senses is a wall surrounding that which is one. The wall seems to have no substance. Yet it can be seen, heard, felt or tasted, and if you do not try to find order in it or in any way define it, the outer senses have nothing to work with and a door, that looks like a black hole with a thin frame of white light inside it and rapidly spiralling bright light around it, suddenly and very quickly sucks you into it.

There is no other side to this black hole because you have left the oneness of that which is you. You have never been definable or experienced anything. That is an illusion. In reality, that which is you is no different from that which is one – and there is no more than one.

All thoughts appearing to be you have to be left at the moment of death, if it is to serve as a portal to that which is one, so if they are picked up again in order to return to a world where there seems to be more than one, the person you appear to be will not have anything to tell about that which is one, because this person was not there. PART 2:
I do not know the stories from those telling about their experience of death. Yet I know, that if they have much to say, it is not death but near-death, they are talking about – and that has nothing to do with death. It cannot be experienced, because if you are dead, there is nobody to experience it.

Tunnels of light seem to be a common near-death experience, which often is used to prove, that you are on a spiritual journey. The tunnels of light, however, are just a result of the brain not having enough oxygen to produce the images of a world as you expect to see it, so instead, the brain makes something abstract based on common second-hand knowledge stored in your subconsciousness.

It has nothing to do with spirituality, which is the formlessness of that which is one and consequently cannot be seen, as it requires more than one to see something. That is why the personality at the moment of death metaphorically speaking must be left at the entrance to oneness, so that there is nothing to enter it and therefore no awareness of having been there if the personality is picked up again and again to a body that appears to be you in a world where there seems to be more than one.

The formlessness of oneness has no size – and what is sizeless has no beginning or end. In other words, there is no more than that which is one, so a world where there seems to be more than one does not exist. This cannot be comprehended by those believing to be someone definitive, as to them only what can be measured does exist.

There are, however, vague memories of the formlessness of that which is one, and due to these memories it feels as if dying from a world where there seems to be more than one and return to it again from that which is one is like having the slate wiped clean – or like the machinery of the body, which is the brain, has been rebooted.

First time I thought, I would become like those spaced-out persons considering themselves to be very spiritual. But after each reboot, I reappeared with a much stronger sense of the body – not because I believe to be in it, but because, that which I am is not in the world at all, and knowing that, it is so easy to pretend to be bodily.

There is no spirituality in a world where there seems to be more than one
At the few so-called spiritual lectures that I have ever attended, the lecturers entertained the audience with stories and conclusions based on a single extraordinary experience from their past, that they seemed to think had changed them into something spiritual. Also based on this experience they seemed to be convinced, that it is possible to fuse physicality and spirituality, which is just as absurd as saying, it is possible to always have day and night at the same time in the same place.

Just like a computer cannot contain the physical world except in a simulated version twisted into two-dimensional or fake 3D images, a world where there seems to be more than one cannot contain that which is one, except in a twisted version of something that appears to be identifiably by what and where it is in time and space. Infinity becomes a thing, that is relative to finite – as if infinity is something extremely big.

Spirituality is the formlessness of that which is one. What is formless is endless. In other words, there is no more than that which is one, so if you are reading this, you must be mistaken. The experience of an article and that you are having it is an illusion. Yet this illusion is only possible to experience due to that which is one, as there is no more than that, so if you stop believing what you experience is real, all that is left is that which is one.

I am the Destroyer of Worlds!

Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings talks about two kinds of enlightenment, namely the enlightenment of that which is one, which cannot be experienced as that requires more than one, and glimpses of it that is experienced through the inner senses when the outer ones are partly closed. After a long, intense night of driving taxi many years ago, Alexius forgot what and where he was, and so there was nothing to hide the enlightenment of that which is one.

When he later read The New Testament and Bhagavad Gita, there were passages, that triggered memories of the enlightenment of that which is one. They were vague, though, because Alexius did not experience it since it takes more than one to do so. Nevertheless, the faint memories of something indefinable are enough to know that everything definable is an illusion. That is why he is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

The enlightenment of that which is one is enlightenment in a very literal sense, like when Jesus said: When your eyes become single your whole body will be full of light – or like St. Paul, when he was blinded by light – or like Arjuna according to Bhagavad Gita said after having been initiated by Krishna: »It is brighter than thousands of suns. I have become the destroyer of worlds …«

A dream can be compared to a simulated world meanwhile layered on top that which is real. As long as you believe the simulated world to be real, it will seem to cover that which is real, as if it does not exist.

But Alexius would not put it like that. There is nobody in the enlightenment of that which is one, so there is not a body to be full of light, neither a world to destroy. The world is not there, and there is no memory of it ever having been there. It is like a dream that is no more when you wake up in the morning.

The translations of both The New Testament and Bhagavad Gita differs from translator to translator, and as the above quotes are from memory, they may not be the exact words in your addition. But it does not matter, because regardless of how you speak about it, the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be described. In other words, what is said about it in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings should not be taken as the real thing, nor as pointers towards it, as that requires more than one.

Imagine you want to describe an orange to somebody who has never seen or tasted an orange. Maybe you say it has the colour of an orange sunset, is round like a ball and taste as sweetened water. Yet the person, that you have given this description, will never find out what an orange is by drinking sweet water from a rounded cup at sunset.

You have to see and taste it yourself to know what it is. But in the context of the enlightenment of that which is one, you will never know what it is, because a person cannot be enlightened. You as a person is erased by the enlightenment of that which is one. Thus there is nobody there to experience it.

In the enlightenment of that which is one, the world is not anymore. Not because it has been destroyed, but because it has never been – except as a fantasy. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Some think the enlightenment of that which is one is to see god in everyone. This is delusional. There is no god in the world. In the context of god and the world, think of electricity illuminating a room via a bulb. You see the room due to the power of electricity. But you cannot see electricity. It is not in the room illuminated by the bulb. In the context of god, however, god is not anywhere because it takes more than one to be somewhere, and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

If you return to a world where there seems to be more than one after the enlightenment of that which is one, there is no more need to search for the meaning of life, because you know there is no more than that which is one. Hence there is no life a world where it seems to be more than one. Besides to search for something requires more than one, so whatever you think you realise is not real.

One who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one has no need to be forgiven or loved, as there is no ´I´ deciding what to do and therefore nobody to forgive or love. But when there is no ´I´ to protect and preserve, there is the freedom to pretend to be anyone, so in the context of a game like Monopoly, you may appear to be a red car one day and a blue one another day.

To make long short: There is no need to keep together an appearance of someone with coherent opinions and behaviour. You are free to use the ´I´ as a tool, just like you use like your leg, hand eyes, and so on.

Alexius, for example, has pretended to be a child, teenager, taxi driver, monk, husband, daddy, adult, business Man, millionaire, designer, teacher, photographer and recently non-teacher.

Regarding the enlightenment of that which is one, it is best to forget everything you have ever heard or read about it – including what is said in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. Any idea of any form that you might think it has is wrong. It has no shape, it is formless. Yet, if you look for something intangible, you still look for something. But if you do not believe to be someone definitive – or do not care about it – there does not seem to be something hiding it.

Those who are gathering in groups of nationalism, capitalism, socialism or any other kind of ism tend to manifest their specific group by eliminating everything that is not in line with its ideas.

Those believing in specific philosophical, political or religious ideas often despise those thinking differently from themselves, and consider them to be enemies, who must to converted to the right way in order to get rid of evil. Basically though it is just a way of hiding their own feeling of inferiority.

An ism starts by dividing the world into right and wrong, and then exclude everything judged to be wrong from the group of people belonging to the ism by projecting it onto other groups, who are not only seen as wrong but also evil, as it is often experienced to be a fight between good and evil.

When the fight is over, the winning part will claim to be the good people, who have turned the world into a better place by doing the right thing – or rather have turned their part of the world into the best place by projecting their hate onto everything that appears different from them.

Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, however, is not a new ism, where you have to change or get rid of something bad in order to make the world better. There is no goal, but to undo the belief that the apparent differences in the world make a difference because then there is nothing to define you as someone definitive

This should not be understood as it does not make a difference whether you have enough money or not if there is gasoline in your car or not, you are beaten up or not and so on. But that it does not make a difference how this seems to make you feel when you do not believe to be someone definitive.

You cannot go wrong if you are inclusive, because that is included
When Henry Ford invented a faster vehicle than a horse-driving carriage, it was not just an improvement of this kind of transportation. He surpassed it and invented a new way of transportation.

The slow way of meditation is comparable to a horse-driving carriage and Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings to the much faster automobile. Mostly because meditation and other exotic ideas from ancient times generally are based on the idea, that the exclusion of something bad will result in something good, which is a contradiction to life because it is not exclusive but inclusive.

That being said, if you prefer to go the slow way of meditation, by all means, go for it. Time is make-believe and so is exclusion, because there is no more than one perpetual present.

Unfortunately, though meditation and most other so-called spiritual practices are set up in a way so that you cannot help doing something wrong and therefore causing it to not to work. But implementing Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings you can never fail.

In the context of this article, Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are about undoing the belief in linear time and separation by including the past as well as the future, good as well as evil and the person next to you, as if it is you. In order to do this you do not need to change the world or what you appear to, but to include your perception of it undiminished and unedited. If you somehow mess it up, you just include your failure. And if you forget that, you include it when you remember it – or simply include your forgetfulness and/or imperfection.

In other words, inclusiveness is not about perfection, but including your shortcomings. Yet you do not have to be inclusive at a specific time in a specific place with special people. Should there be something you are not willing to include, you include your unwillingness. You just cannot go wrong by being inclusive, not even if you forget it most of the time, because if so you include that as well*.

Inclusiveness starts by experiencing the apparent differences of the world – otherwise, there would be nothing to include. To experience something to be good for example, you must exclude its opposite, bad, so that the excluded provides the background for what you want to experience – just like you exclude the white background that contrasts these black letters in order to read this article.

To experience positivity, negativity must be excluded. If both are included they annihilate each other in just one flash. The more both sides of contrasts are included, the less there is to define a world of time and space. Eventually, there is nothing to hide that there never has been anything else than the formlessness of oneness. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Next, you include what you excluded. In the context of reading this article, you include the white background of the black letters, so that you are left with nothing to focus on and therefore no article to read. In other words, by including the excluded, the apparent difference between the opposite sides of a contrast does not make a difference. They cancel each other out, so there is nothing to experience, neither an experiencer. That is of course if you go all the way and in the context of this example totally include the white background of the black letters.

Try to completely include these letters and you will start to defocus, because the complete inclusion of a one side of a contrast automatically includes the other side, as they are two sides of the same coin. Hence the more you include, the less there is to focus o. When there is not something to focus on nothing hides that which cannot be focused on, namely the formlessness of oneness.

Most likely you do not go all the way at once. No worries. It does not important how much time it seems to take. Time is an illusion. Besides, it is not about perfection. You do not even have to figure out both sides of a contrast in order to completely include it. You can just include the part of the contrast, you are aware of. If these black letters, for example, are completely included, their contrast – whether you are aware of it or not – is also included, because without it you cannot see the black letters.

So the more the black letters are included, the more they blur out, and the more it becomes impossible to focus on their distinctive features and therefore to project meaning onto them. The same applies to include the feeling of pain and whatnot.

You cannot experience more without excluding of what you do not want to experience, so the choice between separation and oneness is a question of more or not.

When something loses its distinctive features, it does not differ from other appearances anymore. Hence there is nothing to acknowledge the belief in separation, and suffering, which is caused by this belief, fades out. This does not mean, however, that the appearance of you as someone definitive also fades out. It probably remains just the same.

No pain no gain, only applies if you want to be and have more than that which is you.

No gain without pain means that you cannot be or have more than that which is one without pain, because without it, you do not feel to exists as someone definitive.

But it means that pain, for example, does not have to be replaced by relief, because you do not perceive this contrast to be separated in two. Thus there is no relief to wait for and therefore no problem to solve or something to search for. In other words, whatever problem you seem to have, it contains the resolution.

Most do not feel anything fully, as it is more important for them to be in control. That is why they do not know what devotion is, because it is to go all the way – and doing so you lose yourself, or rather what you believed to be.

You just devote yourself so much to a problem, that there is nothing but that because without a contrast it cannot be experienced as if it is there. For this to work, however, it is a prerequisite, that you do not look for problems or solutions to define you as someone definitive – or pain to magically disappears, as it is not the pain but the definition of it as something specific that disappears so that there is not something to cause suffering.

When the belief in being someone definitive is completely undone, whatever you believed to be is no more and never was, because formlessness is endless and therefore everything, so all there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The transition from believing to be someone definitive to having this belief completely undone is very abrupt, but this you do not know, because the belief in being someone definitive is undone, so whatever you believed to be does not hide that there never was, is or will be no more than the formlessness of that which is one, as formlessness is endless and therefore everything.

This is not a way to experience the formlessness of oneness. There is no such way. It cannot be experienced, as it takes more than one to experience something. But it is a way to experience, that there is no more than that which is one, because that is what you experience, when indifferent to the apparent differences of a world where there seems to be more than one.

The more inclusive you are, the less the apparent difference between inside and outside appears to make a difference. Consequently, there is no experience of a world outside of you – neither inside, as without an outside, there is no inside. In other words, when not excluding thoughts and feelings by justifying them with a world perceived to be outside of you, the fantasy of being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is over. When we believe to be somebody special in a world where there seems to be more than one, we must constantly tell stories where we as the key figure make everything right, or refer to stories of others that reflect on ourselves as someone special, so that we appear to make a difference and therefore can confirm the belief that we are someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

The complete inclusion of feelings cancels out the sense of within and without, so that there is not something appearing to hide, there is nothing but the formlessness of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The need to compose and communicate stories with you as someone definitive in an external world will fade out, the more there is willingness to not exclude but include the thoughts and feelings popping up, as the less there is an experience of an external world. Neither internal, since without an outside, there is no inside. Thus inclusiveness undoes the belief, that there is more than the formlessness of that which is one.

But if there is no need to be someone at all, there is no urge to share stories with somebody appearing to be in a physical, astral or online world. And so the story that cannot be told, since it is a state of not-knowing, is all that remains. The conclusion of this is not, that you must stop telling stories about your latest achievements or those you hope to come if you want the bliss of being in a state of not-knowing. Alexius´ hacks to undo the belief in being someone definitive are not about stopping or avoiding anything, since that involves exclusion and thus enhances the belief in being someone definitive. Neither are they about transforming sex or something else but including everything as it appears to be, as that leaves nothing to define you as someone definitive.

So you can go on telling stories of you as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one – not anymore though with the intent of confirming the apparent separation of you and others, but of including those who appear in the stories. This has nothing to do with embracing them, since that enhances the belief in you as someone definitive, whereas inclusion exposes both the appearance of you and others as but empty space.

In most cases, however, we are not willing to include everything, as this leaves nothing to define us. We do not want to be nobody, so we persist in being somebody by excluding whatever it takes to make a difference for our kids, pets, work associates or somebody else in a world where there seems to be more than one.

No worries. If you acknowledge, that you are not willing to include everything, you are including the moment as it is, and thus entering the road of inclusiveness. See also A perfect moment does not require learning – only inclusion.

All the troubles and worries, that seem to come our way, are the illusions we have chosen to make up our road of inclusiveness, so welcome them by being willing to include them.

On the road of inclusiveness all sharing, communication and whatnot are something you pretend to do for or with others* because there is nothing outside of you, that is not you. You are alone together** in a fantasy world where you seem to be separated from the formlessness of that which is one in a world where there seems to be more than one.

You may at first feel very sad when you start realising, that you are not someone definitive. But when fully realised, you do not care – or rather there is nobody to care. That is the peace of oneness. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Yet, you are not alone. It is not possible, as that requires more than one and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. And this is why it is so peaceful not trying to be and have more than that which is one. At first thought it may not seem so, because when you do not believe, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, there is nothing to hope for, which seems very depressing until you realise, that without hope there is nothing to fear – and so there is peace.***

If you want to have the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one undone, it does not matter whether you appear to have positive or negative thoughts, feelings of love, hate and whatnot, as long as they are not excluded by justifying them with a world experienced to be external.

Be aware, that the above is not meant to be the ultimate explanation about a world where there seems to be more than one, neither is it meant to be correct because nothing can explain why you believe to be someone definitive in such a world, since that is not possible, as that which is you are no different from the formlessness of that which is one and it takes more than one to believe, you are someone definitive.****

Nor are any explanations or descriptions in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings of that which is one correct, because that which is one cannot be explained or described, as that requires more than one.

For the same reason, it is not possible to replace the belief in being someone definitive with pretending to be that, as often suggested in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings.* But since you think you are reading this, you believe to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, and so replacing that belief with the belief that you just pretend to be someone there is useful in undoing it, because what and where you pretend to be, you are not.

Using Alexius duality hacks is not like using hacks to expand the mind – for example nootropics and LSD. They do not expand anything, neither do they improve the body or something else. Instead they undo the belief, that you are someone definitive in a body, whether that appears to be in a mundane or astral world.

In other words, you can keep your name and the clothes the body wears. And you do not need to become vegan or stop being it, as everything in a world where there seems to be more than one is equally illusionary. The hacks use whatever illusion, you seem to be involved in to undo it.

All the other hacks in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings (see the table of contents), except the enlightenment of that which is one, are no different from hacking the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one by not being exclusive but inclusive (hack #3). They all transfer you to a state of not-knowing from where the apparent differences in the world are not perceived to make a difference, so there does not appear to be more than one.

Nobody in a world where there seems to be more than one is walking around in a continuous state of not-knowing. To remain in the world – whether in a mundane or so-called spiritual way – you must constantly confirm that every one make a difference. And as that is not confirmed in a state of not-knowing, it will be on and off, until you are not willing to confirm, there is more than one. In that case, however, there is no more to state to be in, as it takes more than one to be in any kind of state

Hence there is nothing to hide that which always is, since it is formless and therefore endless, namely that which is one.

Yet you cannot remain in this state very long, because to appear as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, you must constantly confirm its apparent differences to make a difference. Hence this state is on and off until you are not willing to perceive the apparent differences to make a difference. Yet just a split second of it makes the time off from it much lighter.

This does not mean, however, that this will make you stay in a state of not-knowing, as when you for a shorter time – about 20 minutes, 45 minutes at the most – do not perceive differences to make a difference, there is no memory of a world where there seems to be more than one, and as it takes more than one to be in any kind of state, there is no state to be in.

Your existence as someone special is make-believe, which you try to make real with a list of made-up problems – like not being rich enough, pretty enough, young enough, clever enough and spiritual enough – so there always is something to fix.

That is, until you do not try to exclude what you judge to be wrong by blaming others for it but completely include it, so that there are no appearances to define you as someone definitive, and hence nothing appears to hide the formlessness of oneness.

For the same reason there is not someone to be and hence no consciousness to hide, there never was and never will be more than that which is one. Until then, let the memories of being nobody reminds you, that although you seem to be separated from that which is one, this separation is make-belief and using Alexius´ hacks it will be undone.
