PREFACE:
Since the bliss of nothing that sets in when connected with the empty breath is a state of not-knowing, it is not possible to connect with it when in the consciousness of being someone definitive. Thus the connection must be established before the brain, based on signals it claims to receive from our sensory system, delivers a convincing experience in which we are somebody definitive in a world defined by time and space.

Science states, the world we seem to feel and see consists of 99.9999999 per cent empty space. And the rest, despite it also is empty space and as immaterial as a dream, is what we perceive to be elements of matter making up a world defined by time and space.

Appearing to be someone definitive is, therefore, make-believe, no matter what and where you appear to be. Read more about empty space in the articles ´The empty breath´ is empty space and so is what you believe to be and Free to float in the void of ´the empty breath´.

On account of this taking one second for the brain to accomplish, there are countless of seconds where a connection with the empty breath can be established by going back one second in linear time (see how in the articles Take-offs to ´the empty breath´, and How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´ ). In those seconds unprocessed by the brain, there is nothing to define you and therefore no consciousness of being someone definitive, so there is no difference between the nothingness of you and that of the empty breath.

This has nothing to do with getting closer to your pure essence. You have no soul. You are nothing. Being with the empty breath this becomes inevitably so obvious, that there is not something to hide, there are no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

How to connect with the bliss of the empty breath

You connect with the empty breath by not connecting with the consciousness of you as someone definitive experiencing the tangible world, that the brain spends a second to fabricate from the frequencies it imagines to receive from empty space. You can compare this to not turning on a video game, because you rather want to experience the physical world – except that connecting with the empty breath is not a conscious experience but a state of not-knowing, and you have just a second to connect with it instead of the image the brain fabricate as if you are someone definitive. This is plenty of time, though, provided you are willing to not be conscious of something but be in the bliss of nothing. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The empty breath sees no separation, so it has no need to connect with you, no matter what and where you believe to be. You, on the other hand, need to connect with it, if you want to be indifferent to the belief in the brains conversion of empty space into a world where you seem to be someone who is separated from everything else by time and space. Forget about being conscious of the empty breath, as what you are conscious about is never the present but the past.

Having connected with the empty breath by going back one the second from your present experience to the nothingness that is unprocessed by the brain and then not picking up on the brains deceptive fabrication of you as someone living in a capsule of time and space, the unprocessed moment is extended into a state of not-knowing.

This state though cannot last more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, at a time if you want to return to a conscious experience of being someone definitive, because if the brain is not continuously occupied with thoughts, that seems to confirm the conscious experience of you as someone definitive, it falls into a coma.

Consequently, being in a state of not-knowing for more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, is the end of being something. The signals the brain used to perceive to come from empty space can no longer be registered by it and processed into a world where there seems to be more than one. Thus there is not something that seems to cover up, there never was or will be anything else than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless.

Is it the bliss of the empty breath that undoes the belief in being someone definitive, or is it the undoing of this belief that connects you with the bliss of the empty breath? Since this question arises from the belief in being someone definitive, which is an illusion fabricated by the brain, there is no answer to it, neither to who has invented this illusion or who choose to have the belief in it undone. Not that many, however, go into a state of not-knowing. If they do, they do not remain there more than a few seconds or minutes before returning to the consciousness of being someone definitive, in which they forget a state of not-knowing until blissful memories of it emerge.

How not to be deceived by the brains fabrication of the experiences where you appear to be someone definitive in a world of something and instead drift in the bliss of nothing is a question that cannot be answered, since it is founded on the belief that you are someone definitive, and the bliss of nothing comes from the indifference to that belief.

Neither can it be known, if it is the empty breath or being indifferent to the belief in being someone that comes first in regards to be in the sheer bliss of nothing. The only reason somebody wants to know this – or anything else in regards to a state of not-knowing – is that they believe to be defined by what they know, and want to remain as that rather than being nobody in the bliss of not-knowing.

Thus the above about where to find the transparent bliss of nothing, that the empty breath entails, is not an attempt to answer the question but to rule it out. The same applies to the below, which is a further exploration of the above.

now is an illusion fabricated by the brain

You do not know what you are reading in this very moment, because what you believe to read now is the brains delayed adaption of the signals, it claims to have received from your eyes one second ago. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 1: IN THE BLISS OF NOTHING
Even though it only takes the brain a few milliseconds to register the signals, it has imagined that it receives from the eyes in this very moment, what you are conscious about right now is something else, because the brain needs a second more to process a conscious experience of those signals, so it can deceive you into believing they are the basis for what you experience to see now.

In other words, since your conscious experience of now is a delayed interpretation of nothing that it has taken one second ago to process, what you believe to read now you read in the past – or more to the point, you never read because one second ago there did not appear to be something to cover up nothing.

When not organising thoughts and feelings into specific categories, they do not seem to represent something in a substantial world. Hence there is nothing to block out the empty breath, that does not know of such a world or that you believe to be someone there. All it knows is the nothingness from which this fantasy has been made, because it is that nothingness.

now is a delayed interpretation of the past

The data that your experience of this image is based on, the brain claims to have received from your eyes one second ago. In other words, your experience of now is a delayed interpretation of the past fabricated by the brain in order to fool you into believing, that you are someone definitive having your own life. Yet you have nothing of on your own, nor are you someone at all, because what you believe to be is a product of the brain made from out of nothing. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As this means you are never in the present but the past, and as it is nothing and that is where the empty breath resides, the way to connect with it is to go back one second in linear time (see how in the articles Take-offs to ´the empty breath´ and How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´ ), and thus not have a conscious experience of being someone in the world processed by the brain.

Since there is nobody in this state of not-knowing, there is not somebody to perceive, the signals the brain claims to receive from the sensory system and processes into different experiences of substantial elements, making up a world where there seems to be more than one, to make a difference. Thus they are exposed to be a fantasy, that hides they are a reflection of nothing and not of something, wherefore there are no differences that appear to separate you from the empty breath.

The experience of a dimensional world is a fabrication of the brain, which it produces by overlaying the flat signals it thinks the two eyes ireceives into one seamless image of a 3D world. See hack #2.3 Life is flat or hack #2.5 Size does not matter.

what you believe to be is the brain

The brain uses five per cent of its capacity to construct a self, that through singled out memories, feelings and imaginations make up an exciting story about itself, that is stored all over the brain as if it is you. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

It is just five per cent of the brain, that is used to shape the conscious experience of ourselves as somebody defined by time and space. Much more space, though, is needed to establish this experience as real. Hence a big part of the brain is continuously occupied with thoughts about ourselves as if they are caused by a tangible world experienced to revolve around us and therefore seem to confirm, we are somebody definitive in it. If not kept busy by making it appear, as if there is something where there is nothing, the brain falls into a coma, so you can only remain as if you are someone in the tangible world fabricated by it, if you do not float too long in the transparent bliss of nothing, that the empty breath entails.

It seems, that when the brain is not kept busy with thoughts, that we believe in making ourselves about our relationship with the world (see No talking is needed to come back to that which is one and The ins and outs of the inner senses) for 20 minutes, 45 at the most, it falls apart. And since all the memories we have selected to back up what we believe to be are stored in the brain, this belief falls apart.

When you look for something better, a state of not-knowing is fenced off, until you are so fed up with looking for the best, the almost involuntary reflex to divide the world into better and worse is dismissed in favour for the indifference of the empty breath. Connecting with it, therefore, is not a matter of doing it right but having had enough of that.

Consequently, a state of not-knowing cannot last too long at a time if you want to return to the conscious experience of being someone. This is not a problem though, because most leave it as soon as the uncontrolled speed of thoughts and emotions has ignited it (see Take-offs to ´the empty breath´ and How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´ ).

In the bliss of the empty breath you are indifferent to being and having more

The urge to be and have more is the cause of all suffering because more want more, so you will never be or have enough. That is not a problem though, when connected with the empty breath, because it is indifferent to differences. Hence you always have enough. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

That is because the urge to be someone definitive is so deep-rooted, that it paves the way for the brain to break through the bliss of nothing with its version of you as someone who has special relationships with something or somebody.

Since nothing appears to make a difference in a state of not-knowing, there is no special place to go or someone special to love. Thus having a need for something special, feels like being inside an unbreakable armour of pain instead of floating in the bliss of nothingness.

If not trying to escape this feeling of claustrophobia but feel that and nothing else, there is nothing to define it as something, so you are back in the bliss of nothing.

Compared to this vision of you as someone special who can choose what to be and have, the transparent bliss of nothingness seems boring, because there is nobody to be excited about being and having something special.

Love and empathy are like other feelings created by the brain, so that the experience of you as someone definitive seems to be a happy one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When you go with the flow, for example to have sex with somebody, the brain rewards you by releasing dopamine to make you happy.

Like everything else, the excitement of sex does not last and, therefore, neither the shots of happiness. But if sex is replaced with empathy for your partner, the brain injects you with shots of oxytocin – also called ´the hugging hormone´ – that makes you so happy that you wish to be a family with a baby to cuddle.

A state of not-knowing is, therefore, left by imagining you are special, and in charge of your life, so you can choose a spouse who acknowledges you as unique. It is hard work, however, to live up to the expectations of being special, and it seldom results in the excitement you imagined. So one day, you prefer to use your frustration as a take-off to the empty breath (see how in the articles Take-offs to ´the empty breath´ and How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´ ), and instead float in the bliss of nothing, that arises from the indifference to the desire of being and having something special.

The bliss of the empty breath is a state of not-knowing, that is all-inclusive

If you try to exclude the desire for something special in order to remain in a state of not-knowing, you are already out of it, because a state of not-knowing is all-inclusive, contrary to the consciosness of being special, as that is based on excluding that is judged to be ordinary. So if not excluding but including your desire, you are still in the bliss of nothing.

In this case you applied hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is pure bliss. But, as all the duality hacks are interchangeable, you could have applied a hack to connect with the empty breath by using the restless energy of your desire to ignite a take-off to it (see How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´).

The bliss of the empty breath has no centre

The flow of the empty breath goes in all directions within its non-definable frame of a circle with no fixed centre. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

So when not insisting that your spouse, for example, has to recognise you as special, which is done by not excluding but including your desire to be and have something special (see hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is pure bliss), the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one do not appear to make difference, wherefore you continue in the flow of the empty breath, that helps you to deal with everything included.

The flow of the empty breath goes in all directions – up and down, back and forth, from right to left, or anywhere in between – within its non-definable borders of a circle with no fixed centre or size (see the illustrations in What does ´the empty breath´ feel like?).

It makes no difference to the empty breath, though, what direction you follow or how much you are connected with it. Your willingness to connect is all that it wants (see the paragraph The only requirement is a willingness in ´The empty breath´ and the bliss of not believing to be someone). If it is there, the empty breath automatically syncs the inner and outer senses, so the sense of tranquillity in the inner ones helps you to get through the sense of turbulence in the outer ones (see What and where are the inner and outer senses).

You cannot know what is in your own best interest, because you believe to be someone in need of something. The empty breath, however, knows what you believe in being and having is not something but nothing. Thus what you need is not the excitement of something but the bliss of nothing.

This does not mean, it will seem easier to get a new spouse, more money and whatnot in the world of the outer senses, but that it becomes obvious it makes no difference what you appear to be and have. That which is you is not a limited creature stuck in a capsule of time and space but the formlessness of oneness.

In the bliss of the empty breath you do not know what and where you are

In a state of not-knowing, you do not know what and where you are. No worries. It is not needed. On the contrary. It is the assumption that you know what and where you are, that clouds the bliss of not-knowing it. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As described above, inclusiveness results in a state of not-knowing (see hack #3.3 Inclusiveness is pure bliss). But pretending to be someone instead of believing to be that (see hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive) also does that. And so does having glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one (see hack #6-7.2 The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be found in a world where there seems to be more than one, but glimpses of it can), or perceiving everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one (see hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life), or acknowledging that the experience of such a world is something you have alone together (see hack #8.8 Alone together is the key to that which is one).

All the duality hacks (inclusive More Duality Hacks and Extra Duality Hacks) except the enlightenment of that which is one result in a state of not-knowing. If they differ from each other is not to say, as there are only vague memories of not believing to be someone.

It takes time for the brain to imagine it receives something from our eyes that it can process into a coherent experience of you beeing a substantial being that sees elements of matter outside of yourself.

The brain of a baby does not know how to do this. But in order to incorporate the baby´s experiences into the collective agreed way of seeing the world, the brain quickly learns how to produce a coherent right-side-up image of the world, so it seems the baby shares its experience of the world with everybody else.

The brain deceives you to fence off the bliss of the empty breath

When the brain every now and then screens out what you see, so you do not get seasick from the movement of your eyes, it fills the gaps based on past memories. But as they most often have been heavily edited, the story fabricated by the brain to fill in the gaps may clash with the story of the present that others have. The discrepancy, therefore, makes you feel that something is wrong in you or the world. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 2: IN THE WORLD OF SOMETHING
You are probably not aware that every now and then throughout the day, you are literally blind. The brain screens out what you see to prevent you from getting seasick when the eyes move. The reason you do not notice that you are blind two hours a day is that the brain hides this by filling the gaps with visual impressions of what it imagines to be there.

In the first episodes of a new TV show, there are normally hints pointing to the forthcoming episodes, and since the brain thrives from envisaging what is going to happen next, it is captured into anticipating the future of the characters and thus enchanted by its own predictions into a state of amusement.

The writers of Game of Thrones try to hook you up and fence of the bliss of the empty breath

The writers of ´Game of Thrones´ want us to bond emotionally with the characters, so that we feel attracted to them as if they are real and not just a fantasy. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

But if the writers of the show do not comply with their own hints when inventing the next episodes, the future of the characters does not turn out as predicted by the brain. Thus the fate of the characters becomes a mystery, that the brain hopes to unravel in the following episodes, wherefore it compels you to stick with the show until the very end. In other words, it is not you but the brain that is in charge.

The predictions fabricated by the brain to fill the gaps of blindness are basically a remix of memories that have been adjusted every time recalled to boost the story of you as someone in a tangible world, so it may not match how others see the same events.

Hence you conclude, something is wrong in your story or in that of the others, and you start trying to correct what is judged to be incorrect.

There is nobody in the bliss of the empty breath

You do not read this article, but what your brain predicts that you want to read. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The more you appear to be successful in this, the more it seems that the story can be shaped in such a way, that it comes out with a better version of you. Yet no matter how the story is corrected, it remains a fantasy, and so does the idea that it has an author.

Just like within the context of a world where there seems to be more than one, a dream does not have an author or anything substantial in it, neither the dreamer. And it is it not in the dreamer or anywhere else. It is a deception made to look as if nothing is something.

Fortunately, the brain is not capable of making the empty breath look like something, so when we are in its bliss of nothing, we are not deceived by the experiences produced by the brain to perceive them as something.

How many triangles are there in this image?
The brain automatically fills in the missing pieces in this image to make you see two triangles. Thus you probably do not agree that the grey triangle is an illusion and the one partly framed by a black stroke is disconnected. But if you cover the three incomplete black circles, the grey triangle disappears and the other one appears fragmented.

Since it is the brain not only decides what we see but also what we hear, feel, smell and taste, we are not free, but something fabricated and controlled by the brain into believing, we are somebody in a world where there seems to be more than one, and not the formlessness of that which is one.

Consequently, there is nothing to heal but the sick belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, which automatically happens when connecting with the empty breath that takes us back one second in linear time to the nothingness from where the brain has rendered your present experience of something.

This does not mean, that the empty breath is the formlessness of that which is one because it takes more than one to be something, but that it metaphorically speaking is the door to that which is one.

In the bliss of the empty breath the belief in duality is undone

In a state of not-knowing, it is not possible for the brain to establish the normal consciousness of you as someone definitive. This does not mean, though, that the awareness of you as someone definitive is replaced by something better, higher or purer but by no consciousness. Thus there is nobody to be aware of the bliss that comes from not believing to be someone. That is why it is like walking in the air. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 3: WHEN APPARENTLY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCES ARE NOT PERCEIVED TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE
In a state of not-knowing, you are blind in a sense, that there is no conscious experience of you as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Thankfully this is resolved by the empty breath and not the brain. It continues to process what it claims to receive from senses as if it is something and not nothing, but since the empty breath is indifferent to the apparently different experiences of something, there is no awareness in the connectedness with the empty breath of how the brain categorises them in contrasts of for example good or bad, right or wrong, love or hate, within and without and so on.

Though a world where there seems to be more than one is seen in the usual way when in a state of not-knowing, its apparent differences are not believed to make a difference. Thus there is no experience of being someone definitive and therefore nobody to be happy, sad or anything else.

This does not mean that there are no feelings. but that nobody relate them to them as if they make a difference.

Consequently, the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one cannot be judged to make a difference. Thus there is nothing special to love or hate and, therefore, nothing specific to worry about.

The bliss of the empty breath is the bliss of nothing

When the body, that you appear to be living in, again and again drops something, you could be defined as clumsy. If you believe this and feel guilty about it, you might want to change it.

But as every effort to improve yourself is based on the belief, that there is something wrong with you, your efforts are not changing this belief but enhancing it. You secretly accept this, because even though you do not like to be defined as clumsy, it is preferable to not being defined, because that means you are nobody.

Yet being nobody, there is not somebody to be clumsy or something else. There is just the bliss of nothing.

The bliss of the empty breath is not the end station

A state of not-knowing is not the terminus, but a way to see that there is no end and that everything which appears to have it is an illusion because there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Be aware, that the connectedness with the empty breath is not similar to being connected with that which is one. The latter is not possible, because it takes more than one to be connected with something.

The connectedness with the indifference of the empty breath is simply a way to overlook the apparently different experiences fabricated by the brain so that they are not judged to make a difference, and a world where there seems to be more than one, therefore, does not appear to establish the belief in separation.

Going with the flow of the empty breath is just as easy as going with the flow of sex. The latter though does not result in the undoing of the belief, that you are someone definitive, unless the orgasm is used to ignite a take-off to the empty breath. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

In the sense that no thinking is needed, following the flow of the empty breath is no different from following the flow of the genitals. The result of the latter though is the enhancement of the belief in being someone definitive instead of undoing it.

This is not to say though, that sex should be avoided (see Holding back to not ejaculate is just another physical manifestation – but without the physical thrill of it), because the exclusion of sex or anything else adds to the definition of you as someone definitive. Actually, an orgasm can be used to ignite a take-off to the empty breath. That is, if you do not hold back, but are nothing else than that.

Despite the connectedness with the indifference of the empty breath, therefore, eventually undoes the belief in separation, it also enhances it, because it requires more than one to be connected with something.

The problems, you perceive to have, do not come from the world where you appear to be, but from the belief that you are someone there. Hence the solution to all the problems is the same, namely the undoing of that belief.

The same applies to let go of the connectedness with the empty breath or something else, so not to enhance the belief in separation but having it undone, you do not choose to connect with the empty breath or anything else. Hence you are connected with nothing and thus in the flow of the empty breath.

When Alexius many years ago was hired to teach graphic design in an advertising school in Denmark, he had a problem. Even though he had been designing magazines, websites, flyers and ads for companies big and small, he did not know how to do it. Everything he had designed, he did as a medium for the projects so the form of them would highlight their content.

To provide the students with guidelines of how to design, he, therefore, had to deduct from his intuitive way of designing. He wrote, by the way, two books with basic rules of how to do it, and a book on colour theory.

If not in the bliss of not believing to be someone, you are speculative

The empty breath cannot help us in regards to knowing how come we appear to be substantial beings separated from each other by time and space, because this is not possible since oneness is formless and therefore endless. How to explain the empty breath?
In regards to passing on guidelines of how to connect with the empty breath and drift in its bliss of emptiness and thus indifference to the belief in being someone definitive, he is in the same situation as when he started teaching design. He had no professional training to refer to. Likewise, he has no second-hand knowledge, he can use as a reference to explaining how to connect with the empty breath.

Neither does he know how to explain, that what and where we experience to be is an artificial construct, designed by the brain to control and manipulate us into believing, that this experience is real and not fabricated by the brain from out of nothing.

But since he is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, he does not believe to in a world where there seems to be more than one, nor does he believe to be someone in that which is one. On the contrary, he is nothing because it takes more than one to be someone, and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. In other words, what and where we appear to be is a fantasy made from out of nothing, and experienced by nothing.

In this fantasy, however, he knows how to step away from it and be in the state of not-knowing* that the empty breath, like the other duality hacks, entails. Once, in that state, he watched a movie (You Disappear), which quoted the latest scientific explorations about the brain, that may be helpful in realising everything appearing to be something is nothing.

Consciousness is a construction of thoughts comparable to the ones and zeros in a stream of binary code.

The fabrication of something from out of nothing
The short version of these discoveries is that the brain uses five per cent of its capacity to construct an image of a self, that is aware of being someone definitive through the experiences, another small part of the brain continuously fabricate of a tangible world as if it is outside of the self and as if it is the self that experiences this, and, therefore, believe to be someone substantial in a tangible world. Especially because this world seems to cause its thoughts and feelings.

These experiences of an external world the brain claim to process from the frequencies it receives via the sensory system, but this explanation, just like the experiences it fabricates, is a smokescreen to cover up, that it is all made up from nothing. A flower, therefore, is just as unreal as a plastic simulation of it.

Being in the bliss of not believing to be someone is to be empty

The experiences interpreted as the most meaningful ones, namely those that seem to define you the most, are stored in the rest of the brain, and as the sum of these memories constitute what you believe to be, you are not just a fabrication of the brain, you and the brain are the same. Every bit of it – not only ten per cent – works to make it appear as if you are someone in a world of something and not just a fantasy made from out of nothing.

Whether an experience seems to be direct or coming from the heart, being physical or spiritual, it has taken the brain a second to generate it. Hence what you believe to be experiencing now happened one second ago. And then again, it never happened, because one second ago there was nothing, and it only seems as if you experience something now because you need to believe this to feel you exist.

The rest of the article is not based on the scientific discoveries revealed in the movie (You Disappear), nor on anything else formulated somewhere else, as to the knowledge of Alexius, nobody has published anything about the empty breath. In the connectedness with the empty breath, the apparent difference between the opposing sides of the contrasts making up the experience of duality is cancelled out. Not in the sense that you do not register them anymore, but that you do not perceive them to make a difference. Thus there are no diversity to attest to you being someone in a world of duality. Consequently, you are in the bliss of nothing.*

The bliss of nothing
Though science seems to know that the experience of something is made from nothing and therefore is make-believe, they go on exploring something as it is real. Here, however, we explore how to see that there is not something at all and therefore not someone seeing it.

The experiences the brain fabricates of a tangible world only seems real if the self that the brain also has created perceives them as something. If not, they are exposed as nothing, likewise the self. To perceive the present experience as nothing, you go back in the empty void from where the brain has twisted it into your current experience of something.

Since that is where the empty breath resides, and it took the brain one second to fabricate your current experience of something, it only takes one second to connect with the empty breath and be in a state of not-knowing and thus the bliss of nothing.* Doing that does not require you to meditate or something else in particular. All that is needed is the willingness to forget what and where you appear to be. Read more about that in the below paragraph The only requirement is a willingness.

If the brain is not kept active in a feedback loop, with thoughts that seems to confirm there is more than involved, for more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, it falls into a coma. Thus you cannot be in the bliss of nothing* very long at a time, if you want to be able to return to a world of something as if you are someone ther.  See also the hack 20 minutes, 45 at most in Extra Duality Hacks.

Not knowing what and where you are is the bliss of not believing to be someone

Since you cannot appear to be somewhere, nor in a state of not-knowing,* without the experience of being someone, there is still someone to experience the world of something made up by the brain when in a state of not-knowing*. But the experience of you as someone is so vague that there is not enough consciousness to perceive the apparently different experiences of something to make a difference. Consequently, there is no perception of separation to hide, that although the fantasy of something is a colourful experience, it is pale in comparison with the bliss of nothing.*

Although you probably forget the empty breath, it remains connected with you, because it does not know, that you believe to be someone who is separated from everything in the low-frequency world experienced by the outer senses.

Yet it senses the stress coming from this belief, so it synchs it with the high-frequency world of the inner senses, which is indifferent to the restlessness that speedy thoughts and feelings seem to produce in the world of the outer senses.

The inner and outer senses
When we are not connected with the empty breath, and therefore not in the blissful state of not-knowing* but in the happiness of the basic self or the nervousness of the special self, the empty breath is still with us, provided we, just once, have connected with it, because it does not know of separation. Read about the basic and special self in hack #4.2 The basic self versus the special one.

Thus the empty breath always functions as an automatic gear change between the outer and inner senses to make the abstractness in the world of the inner senses the base from where the world of the outer senses is perceived, so it does not appear to consist of something but nothing when in a state of not-knowing and not in that state the experiences of something are perceived as it is what it is. Consequently, none of the experiences is something special, including you as someone, so you are not happy or sad but happy-sad.

As any experience is an illusion, it includes the experience of the empty breath. But as this illusion unveils the bliss of nothing,* which, contrary to the experince of something, is not experinced to end, you eventually stop asking for more. Hence the belief, that it is possible to be an have more than that which is one is undone.

These experiences, of course, only makes sense as long as you believe you are someone definitive in the world of the outer senses, but believing, regardless it seems to result in mundane or spiritual experiences, is like believing in Santa Claus.

Fortunately, the connectedness with the empty breath exposes this, so the bliss of not believing to be anything is the last thing, you experience before the belief in being someone is undone and therefore does not seem to cover, there never was or will be more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless.

In the flow of not believing to be someone

Going with the flow of the empty breath you become indifferent to what you get, so if you want something specific, you must disconnect from it and accept the stress, that comes from not being in the flow of nothing. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The synchronisation of the inner and outer senses
To take the edge out of the stress we feel in the world of the outer senses, the empty breath synchs it with the world of the inner ones. Not because this world is more peaceful, but because it is a high-frequency world. Thus the speedy and restless energy that appears to cause stress in the low-frequency world of the outer senses does not seem stressful.

It is not thoughts as such, that prevents us from going with the flow of nothing, but the desire to use them to accomplishing something specific.

That being said, you might not want his synchronisation, because although it results in indifference to stress, it may not help you to get what you stressed to achieve. This is why most want to avoid the flow of the empty breath and endure the hassle that it is to obtain what they desire.

Like a pencil cannot make its scribblings go away but an eraser can, you cannot make your scribblings as someone definitive go away but the empty breath can.

However, if they get it, they do not feel satisfied but disappointed because the need for more is still there. This, they try to tone down through meditation, yoga or other techniques that seem to hide that all they care about is to become and have more at the expense of anybody (see No manifestation is real).

The more the connectedness with the empty breath cancels out the contrasts of duality – for example happiness and sadness – the more you are indifferent to what and where you appear to be in a world of duality.

Time is nothing in the bliss of not believing to be someone

Without the basic contrast of expansion and contraction, there is no experience of life. Yet what we experience as life is actually death, because life is formless and thus without a beginning and end, so anything that does not last is lifeless. It is, however, life that makes it possible to have fantasies about being a limited being in a lifeless world – just like within the context of such a world, it is only due to that, you can to imagine being someone you are not in the virtual world of a video game. You do not connect with the empty breath in your own pace
While Alexius was writing about the empty breath, he deducted ways of how to ignite it from his intuitive way of doing it. For example, by using the unedited energy of the stress arising from the belief in being someone definitive to ignite a take-off to the empty breath. Read more about that in hack #5.2 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing.

There is nothing to know, because that requires more than one and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. So although there seem to be lots to know, when appearing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, there is only one thing to know in regards to the formlessness of oneness, namely that there is nothing to know.

That is why Alexius´ Enlightened NonTeachings is not about learning something new but to unlearn everything. This you can do by reading all of them – or flip through them – until they automatically apply one or more of the duality hacks and brings you in a state of not-knowing, in which there is nobody to perceive the person fabricated by the brain as real. Hence there is nothing but the bliss of being indifferent to any kind of belief.

That being said, when it comes to the practical aspects of appearing to be someone definitive, you should not avoid learning and knowing something, or being and having more. It is self-evident, however, when connected with the empty breath. Its indifference to differences makes it impossible to choose anything yourself. Thus you just go with the flow of doing something exciting. In other words, you are are having the belief in being someone undone, while enjoing it to its fullest.

If this is what you want, it is not important whether you read hack #4, Being in a state of not-knowing from beginning to end or just browse it. What is essential is to not focus on anything in particular, nor to spend time on processing or integrating it, as that enhances the belief in being someone. Instead, unlearn everything, so you contain nothing and as an empty vessel can serve the empty breath. See also the hack No Focus = No World Defined By Time And Space in Extra Duality Hacks.

Only those believing to be special have the need to do things in their own pace.

The bliss of not believing to be someone does not come from something but nothing

Looking for something you can relate to as your true self in the teachings of a guru, for example, you do not look for that which is real, because it is no different from that which is one and it takes more than one to look for something. So do not read about the empty breath with the expectation of finding something to make you or the world better, but to become indifferent to what and where you appear to be. In other words, the less you seem to know something, the less something appears to hide, what you believe to be is nothing. Hence there is not something to separate you from the empty breath.

It is not necessary to undo the belief in being someone definitive to connect with the empty breath, but it is essential to be willing to have it undone.

The only requirement is a willingness to not be someone definitive
Leaving your comfort zone of knowing what and where you are is not done by fighting or transforming your learned behaviour, but by being willing to undo the belief, that makes it possible to appear as if you are conditioned by something, namely the belief in being someone definitive.

About willingness see also Willingness to not exclude but include undoes the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one.

This willingness most often comes from admitting, that the appearance of you as someone definitive is not a matter of fact but make-believe. That you accept when you acknowledge, you are not willing to undo the belief in being someone definitive, because the acknowledgement confirms what you appear to be is make-believe.

Since nothing matters when connected with the empty breath, you are free to have fun.

Having the belief in being someone definitive undone, does not mean that that the appearance of you as someone seems to be gone, reborn or awaken. Just like within the context of this belief, the appearance of Santa Claus does not stop when you grow up. It is the belief that he is real that stops. There is one difference, though, between the undoing of the belief in Santa Claus and you being someone definitive. When the belief in the latter is undone, or in the process of being it, you are not disappointed because now you are free to enjoy being someone definitive in a fantasy about Santa Claus, having a family and whatnot.

Connecting with the empty breath is not about being deeper, purer or balanced, for example, because being anything is part of the experience in being someone and the empty breath is not part of that but the nothingness that this experience is fabricated from.

The empty breath can be felt like a swing of nothingness, that makes the body expand and contract and thereby supply it with oxygen. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Just like everything else sensed, it is invisible and colourless until the brain ascribe it with a specific shape and colour. But as the brain cannot conceive nothingness without falling into coma, the empty breath remains invisible and colourless.

How does it feel
The connection with the empty breath may be experienced as described by Alexius in the articles What does ´the empty breath´ feel like?, and To be nobody and yet somebody. But do not count on it. His experience of it is not static. And even if it were, you and Alexius may experience it in each your own way – just like when drinking the same cup of tea, for example. Besides the main attribute of the empty breath is indifference, which is hardly an experience.

On top of that, it may not even be the empty breath, that is revealed through the willingness to not uphold the belief in being someone definitive. Maybe it is the enlightenment of that which is one or glimpses of it (see the article A reintroduction to the inner senses, the enlightenment of that which is one and glimpses of it), or the freedom that comes from pretending to be what you are not (see hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive).

Everything is new in the bliss of not believing to be someone

Even though some plants are edible, not all of them are. Often the most beautiful of them often that should not be eaten if you want to remain as someone living in a capsule of time and space. And if you do not want to end when your appearance there is over, you better avoid beautiful ideas like living in the nowcoming from the heart and being transformed, because they are based on the belief in being someone definitive, and everything definitive, contrary to the formlessness of oneness, has an end. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

What you believe in being does not exist
Should you wonder, who chooses to believe, that the image fabricated by the brain of someone definitive is you, or who has programmed the brain to produce this image, or who is connecting with the empty breath, or who is wondering about this, the answer is nobody, because the experience of being somebody, whether in a so-called spiritual or physical sense, is, within this experience, comparable to being in a dream. There is nobody in it.

Thus the empty breath and the other duality hacks are just as dreamlike as anything else in the experience of being someone definitive, no matter what and where that seems to be. See also Whatever that you are aware of is an illusion because it requires more than one to be conscious of something.

Appearances do not matter in the bliss of not believing to be someone

There are lots of ways to appear as if you are someone definitive in a world defined by time and space, but there is no way to leave it because you are not in it. Just like within the context of such a world, a dreamer is not its a dream, and therefore not returning to its bed when the dream is over. But contrary to the illusions of the many belief systems in the world, the duality hacks do not attempt to transform or make the world better but to expose that everything experienced is made from out of nothing.

Connecting with the empty breath, for example, you become indifferent to the differences in the experiences produced by the brain. Hence you do not believe you that you are someone definitive separated from others but that it is something you pretend to be.

And as what you pretend to be, you are not, that which is you does not end, when the brain is not able to produce the experience of you as someone anymore. Until then it is much fun pretending to be what and where you are not.

Pretending to be someone definitive undoes the belief in being it, because what you pretend to be you are not. Read about this in hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation.

APPENDIX:
Since Alexius is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, he perceives every experience to be composed of nothing. Thus the distinction he makes between a state of not knowing and the experience of being someone definitive can be shaped by that. In other words, there might be a slight mix up in the description of the bliss of nothing* and its after-effect, which comes from having had the slate wiped clean, so you return from a state of not-knowing in the default mode of the basic self, and, therefore, automatically is synced with the brain and thus in the happiness of something (read more about that here).

Most of the explanations, however, of how to connect with the empty breath are not geared towards the basic but the special self, as that is the most common way of being in the world of the outer senses. Fortunately, the stress that comes from keeping together the image of being special can be used to ignite a take-off to the empty breath, provided you do not try to deal with the stress yourself.

The basic self, on the other hand, does not need the unedited energy of stress to connect with the empty breath. It easily becomes so laid-back, that it does not perceive feeling fulfilled as better than depressed, neither being right to be better than wrong. These or any other feelings are not perceived as something specific. Hence there is nothing to hide the bliss of emptiness.

This does not mean that feelings of anger or love, for example, does not pop up but that no feeling is perceived to make a difference. Thus they all reveal the bliss of nothing* when the basic self is so laid-back that its basic perception is ´dunno.´

If you are a long-time reader of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, you may skip the first part of this article and start with the paragraph. It is easy to connect with the empty breath when not looking for something.

It is the brain and nobody else that tells you to experience someone as stupid or bright, for example. It will also suggest how you should deal with that. Whether you consider or reject the suggestions, you are well entangled in the game of the brain, which is to make you believe that you are separated from what you experience so you appear to be someone separated from a world that seems to be outside of you.

This is not to say, that there are ways to escape that game, except, of course, to die. You must play the game of the brain if you want to go on as if you are someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. If you do, the brain rewards you with shots of happiness.

Like in most games, the end is built into it, so you do not have to feel you are stuck in the brain. When your time is up, the brain stops to work. Thus there is nothing to establish you as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, so nobody appears to hide there never was or will be more than that which is one.

Until then, you have much fun appearing to be in the game if you perceive the experiences the brain fabricates of it as they are, and not as they ought to be according to a special belief system like socialism, capitalism, Buddhism or any other ism.

In the case, your perception relates to the experiences as they are, you are not someone definitive but someone relative to the brain (read more about that here), which, as already said, therefore, supports you with shots of happiness. If your perception does not relate to the experiences as they are but to a belief system of yours, this system seems to establish you as someone special in charge of its own life. But since it never turns out as it ought to be, you do not feel happy but frustrated. Read more about that here.

If you connect with the empty breath you are not relative to the brain anymore, nor independent of it because you are nobody and thus not somebody in the experiences created by the brain, although you appear to be there. In other words, you are in the world of the brain but not of it.

This, however, is only possible for 20 minutes, 45 at most, at a time if you want to be able again to have a conscious experience of being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one (see the end of this article). Fortunately, it is possible to get around this by quickly shifting between the conscious experience of being someone and having no consciousness of what and where you appear to be. This is what we explore in the below:

It is easy to connect with the empty breath when not looking for something
If not constructing a perception that has left out everything in your experiences which does not make sense according to a particular belief system, socialism or capitalism, for example, the unedited energy of them will ignite a take-off to the empty breath.

Connecting with it may at first feel as if you have two kinds of breaths. The well-known one that you probably, out of habit, struggle for by taking quick gasps of air through the nose. And then the empty breath that takes over when you are willing to not breathe too fast, taking a deep breath or in any other way manipulate the breath.

To achieve this, it can be of help to hold a finger under your nose every now and then. It may make you feel as if you are not getting enough air. But that is because when you do not try to catch your breath, the empty breath takes over. And it has a slower pace than you are used to with a more extended break in between breathing in and out. In a very laid-back way, it keeps a healthy balance between breathing in oxygen and breathing out carbon dioxide.

Physically speaking the empty breath is best felt when the air is coming in and out through the nose and not the mouth. But not as if it is you who do the breathing, but a ´generator´ in the abdomen from where it, very gently, first expands the abdomen, secondly the belly and lastly the chest before it after a short break goes the other way to contract the body. And then on and on. It feels like there is hardly any air coming in and out of the nose but that it remains as a stream within the body.

Please be aware, that this is not a factual description of how breathing is carried out when the empty breath is in the driving seat, but a description of what it may feel like, physically speaking. It could also be that you feel it as if the generator is in the chest. Sometimes this is how it feels for Alexius. Hence you should not try to replicate the way described here by him but use it as an inspiration to not do something, so the empty breath is not blocked from filling you with the bliss of nothing. This, by the way, is not something to be felt in the body, nor outside of it as if in the external world. It is felt nowhere.

You do not need to remember every detail of this photo to get a sense of stormy weather. Likewise, you do not need to remember all the explanations about the empty breath to connect with it. And you should absolutely not try to remember being connected with it. The connection consists of nothing and you cannot remember nothing. Thus trying to do so turns it into the frustration of something, it is as it turns into something. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The above is not something you need to remember and strictly follow. The empty breath does not know what you believe in doing. The only thing required for the connection to work is a willingness to go with the flow.

Although the empty breath has nothing to give but emptiness, it feels like you get more energy. Maybe because the lack of something dissolves the tensions in the body that restricts a full breath. As emptiness is powerless, the empty breath cannot do this without your permission. If you are not ready to give that, it may take some time before you feel more energetic. No worries. Time is an illusion. However, let us get practical and talk about how to get there:

When the breath expands the body from the abdomen to the chest, you follow a flow from the abdomen to the top of the head while you stick to the thoughts and/or feelings popping up without making a perception of them that excludes what you judge to be politically incorrect. At the top of the head, the gentle explosion of the unedited energy of thoughts and feelings erases the perception of your experience as something, so you are in the bliss of nothing and thus indifferent to being someone definitive.

This state of not-knowing remains while following the flow of breath down to the abdomen, and repeatedly going up and down, provided you do not perceive an appearance, your spouse for example, to make a difference.

This should not be understood as a state of not-knowing is in the flow of the physical breath – just like the music you turn on by hitting a button is not in that action. A state of not-knowing is nowhere in particular and therefore obscured by the experiences of time and space, that seems to confirm you as someone definitive in a tangible world.

Following the rhythm of the breath as described above or in the other articles in the below links hypnotises the brain, so it forgets to continually produce a conscious experience of you as someone separated from others by time and space. Since this is the primary purpose of following the breath, it is not essential to do it in the exact same the way you interpret it should be done according to the explanations in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings.

If you think you find something better around the next corner, you will probably not notice the empty breath, because it is not behind anything but before everything. The empty breath is nothing so looking for something you miss it
Although being in the bliss of nothing is simple and straightforward, it may seem complicated if you are conditioned with the ideas of controlling and/or stopping thoughts because controlling or preventing something is not possible in the nothingness of bliss.

Neither is it beneficial for getting there. On the contrary. It is when you do not try to stop thoughts or in any other way focus on them, that they are free to speed up until the explosion of their unedited energy ignites a take-off to the empty breath, and thus to the blissful state of not-knowing. In short, it is not focussing but defocusing that will get you to a state of not-knowing in which there is nobody to be conscious of thoughts and feelings.

The apparent difference between a boy or a girl, for example, must be upheld as real to sustain the belief, that you are someone definitive in a world defined by time and space. This difference remains precisely the same when connected with the empty breath, but due to its indifference, your it is not judged to make a difference. Thus the belief in being someone definitive fades out.

The flow of the empty breath is flexible
Being defocused, you may forget the above description of going up and down in alignment with the rhythm of the breath and instead go the other way around. Or the distance of going up and down may be diminished or enlarged, so when going up you pass the top of the head and going down, you go below the abdomen. No worries. There is nobody to notice the apparent difference. Thus it makes no difference.

The brain will try to process a state of not-knowing into an experience of something instead of nothing by babling about awakening, coming from pure essence, heart (read more about that here) or whatnot, so the image it has fabricated of you as someone definitive is confirmed as real and thus obscure, it is made from out of nothing. Read more about that here.

So just connect with the empty breath and go with its flow of nothing as it comes to you. Having done that a few times, you automatically return to the empty breath, whenever you prefer to perceive problems as nothing instead of something.

The flow of going up and down
Instead of remaining in a state of not-knowing after going down to the abdomen when the breath contracts the body, you can return to the conscious experience of being someone definitive, when you leave the abdomen and with the expansion of the body goes up to the head again. Leaving a state of not-knowing, you do by perceiving yourself to make a difference.

From the conscious experience of being someone definitive, you can again return to a state of not-knowing, which is done by not perceiving the thoughts and feelings constituting the experience of being someone to be something specific. Thus you leave the head with no specific thoughts and feelings when the body contracts and go with the flow of the breath down to the abdomen where you go up with the flow to the head and the conscious experience of you as someone definitive – and so on.

Having been in this flow for a while, it becomes automatic. Thus you appear to be someone who is conscious of itself but does not know what it means. In other words, you are in the world but not of it.

When not connected with the empty breath, grudges and so-called negative thoughts keep popping up as before. But as the after-effect of the connection is happiness you do not bother.

You cannot know when you are connected with the empty breath because being that, you are in a state of not-knowing. Nor can you be aware of who it is that is following the breath up and down because the contrast of up and down, in a short time, cancels out itself (read more about that here), so there is nobody going nowhere.

As time is an illusion, the contrast making up the flow has already been cancelled out. More to the point, this or any other contrast has never existed because there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. But while you believe there is more than one, enjoy the illusion of going with the flow.

No more than that which is one
Should you forget to follow the flow and thus forget about the empty breath, there is no reason to condemn yourself for that, because there is no self. It takes more than one to be or have a self, and as there is no more than that which is one, any kind of self is make-believe. For the same reason being with the empty breath is also make-believe. Read more about the illusion of experiences here:

Nevertheless, being with it makes it easier to not assume it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. And not believing that you do not perceive the experience a world where there seems to be more than one to be something but nothing. Hence you enter the bliss of emptiness.

If you stay in this state of not-knowing for more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, at a time the brain falls into a coma and, therefore, is unable to make the experiences that seem to manifest you as someone definitive. Thus there does not appear to be something hiding there never was and or will be more than that which is one. Hardly anybody, however, stays that long at a time in a state of not-knowing. But maybe long enough to sense that this is so.

APPENDIX:
If you try to make the empty breath follow the physical breath, you are not connected with the empty breath. On the contrary. You fend it off because it has nothing to do with bodily preoccupation. Actually, you will never know if the physical breath and the empty breath are aligned because when connected with the empty breath, you are in a state of not-knowing. Read more about that in The bliss of nothing.

Hence the explanations in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings about how it feels to be connected with the empty breath are based on Alexius memories of being that. And since he was not aware of the physical breath in the connectedness with the empty breath and since anything in the after-effect of the connection is perceived as it is what it is (read more about that in The bliss of nothing), it does not matter to him if they are aligned or not.

But it is a matter of speech when Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings say the empty breath fills you with emptiness. It does not supply you with anything. Instead, it replaces your perception of the body as something with nothing. Hence the body is acknowledged for what it already is, namely nothing. The same applies to every other experience you have of something. Consequently, there is not something to bother you. That is why it is so blissful to be connected with the empty breath.

Everything fabricated – like for example this illustration of a yin-yang sign – is supposed to have a special appearance, so that the experience of it supplies the belief, that you are somebody. But this is not the purpose of the empty breath. On the contrary. Its purpose is to undo the belief, that you are someone at all, which it does by helping you to see, that the apparent differences in the world do not make a difference, so it does not matter whether anything appears perfect or not. When people tell you to slow down and relax via mindfulness or whatnot, they sabotage the fastest way to take it easy, because that comes from not stopping the speed of thoughts and feelings so you lose the control of them and therefore no longer can prevent them from igniting a take-off to the empty breath (read more about that here), that synchronises the low-frequency world of the outer senses with the high-frequency world of the inner senses, so speedy thoughts and feelings are not felt to cause stress but tranquillity.

At times, however, you may feel so angry about somebody that you do not want this to happen because it will make you indifferent and thus without the anger needed to punish them. So you prevent the aggressive energy inside of you from igniting a take-off to the empty breath by projecting it on those judged to have caused it. But doing so, you first and foremost punish yourself, because we receive what we give (read more about that here).

This goes on until you do not project your feelings onto others but keep them in you so the unedited energy of them can ignite a take-off to the empty breath.

The empty breath undoes your conditioned belief in being someone definitive because it sets in before there is a conscious recognition of being someone definitive. Read more about it here.

The connectedness with the empty breath – either through surfing its waves, being in its transparent sound, the swing of it, or the sparkling force behind these rhythmic movements (read more about that here) – is not a feeling that can be fabricated like for example a romantic evening generated by candles, special clothes, music and red wine. On the contrary. It is felt, when instead of busy trying to produce a specific feeling, the frenetic energy is used as a take-off to the empty breath.

Focus, control, balance and any kind of adjustment are counterproductive in regards to igniting a take-off to the empty breath, as it has no specific form or centre and totally moves on its own accord.

The swing of the inner breath may be experienced abruptly – like in this animation but probably a lot slower – in a s body with muscles problems from for example psoas or diafragma. There is no reason though trying to make it swing more smoothly by improving the condition of the body. The inner breath always adjust itself to the current condition of the body, so no matter how it moves it results in the same joy, providing you are not looking to be perfect.

In a sick body, the swing of the empty breath may be experienced to come in bursts – a bit like in this animation but probably slower. But no matter how restricted the swing of it is experienced, the connection with it will always entail indifference, so if you stick with that the way it is experienced makes no difference. Not feeling the swing of the empty breath as described in the previous article, What does ´the empty breath´ feel like? may be due to trying too hard, focussing on it, or assuming the experience of it will make you feel something special. In these cases, you try to fabricate a specific feeling yourself, but the feeling of the empty breath cannot be made up, nor is it something definitive.

The same applies if you erupt the natural flow by taking deep breaths, shortening, pushing or holding it back. This will make you appear to be the master of it and thus enhance the sense of being an autonomous creature with a will of its own instead of a medium for the empty breath.

Basically, however, there is only one reason for not feeling the empty breath, namely that you want to feel it, which is only possible when you believe to be something instead of nothing. In other words, to feel the empty breath, you must step aside.

Since the empty breath has no personality, it has no expression of its own. So if its rhythmic flow is experienced to be weaker when you appear to be sick or about to die, it is because the rhythm of it always adjust to what and where you believe to be. Yet the operator of the empty breath (see the paragraph of the same name in the article What does ´the empty breath´ feel like?), which is the non-rhythmic energy behind the rhythm of the empty breath remains the same and is also experienced like that if it is that aspect of it you are in touch with.

In other words, if the transparent non-rhythmic energy of the empty breath is only partially experienced, when the body seems to be out-of-order, the problem is not the empty breath, but that you do not want to experience it fully, when there seem to be problems with the condition of the body, because that would render it unimportant and thus question your belief in being inside it.

This does not mean that you should not take care of the body and have it checked by a qualified health care professional. You also bring your car to a garage for a check-up, even though it is not you.

In the flow of the empty breath, you are automatically multitasking, because it does not know the concept of focusing on something specific. So if not feeling the empty breath, multitasking may pave the way.

The less you believe to be substantial, the more you will feel the non-rhythmic transparent energy of the empty breath.

There are several established ways of feeling somebody else when you believe to be someone substantial in a tangible world. But there are no ways to feeling the empty breath than to momentarily stop believing you are someone definitive.

When you do not know anything, there is not somebody to be sad or happy – nor anything else. Thus there is nothing but emptiness, which is pure bliss.

Not being aware of something, there is nothing to make perfect. Consequently, you are not benumbed in an experience of yourself as someone definitive but in the flow of nothing.

Feeling the empty breath is like receiving a new gift every moment. There is no way, however, to know what the present will be before receiving it, neither do you need to know, because you are in a state of not-knowing.

Even though the empty breath seems to produce a constant rhythm of expansion and contraction in the body, your experience of it may not be so. And you are right. It is not consistent. It has no such need. Only those who believe to be somebody definitive has a need to be consistent, and since the empty breath does not believe to be anything at all, it does not need to uphold a persistent image of itself.

The empty breath can be compared to the cats in the home of Alexius. They go around as it pleases them, but he can always count on them to greet him when he gives a call.

Likewise, he can always count on the empty breath. Even though it solely moves on its own accord, it is always to be felt in one way or the other. Maybe it is experienced to be going up and down, on a single wave in one of the circles in the empty breath, several times in a row, whereafter it is felt to be the swing of it inside of his head, and as if he is surfing both of the yin-yang looking waves in one of the other circles of the empty breath. In the previous article, What does ´the empty breath´ feel like, you can read more about these experiences and composition of the empty breath in endless circles.

After igniting a take-off to the empty breath, he mostly lands in its speedy and chaotic energy at the root of it, which feels like freedom compared to the rigid world of the outer senses. Going to bed, it may be the transparency of its sound that comes to him. But first of all, he simply feels the indifference of the empty breath, and since that means the apparent differences in the world does not appear to make a difference, it is hardly a feeling.

If you do not fence off the empty breath via a positive perception of yourself in which everything judged to be negative has been excluded, whatever you seem to feel will be interpreted by the indifference of the empty breath. Consequently feeling happy or sad makes no difference. Not in the sense that happiness and sadness feel the same, but in the sense that the apparent difference makes no difference.

When you are connected with a Fitbit watch, for example, it is not from the connection itself you get an exceptional feeling but from the data it gives you.

Likewise, you may not feel excited about the connection with the empty breath, as its radiance of indifference makes you indifferent to the apparent differences in a world defined by time and space. But as this makes the experience of it seems like nothing instead of something, you are in the bliss of emptiness.

Doing Nordic Walking, or rather going with the flow of it, could be beneficial for you in regards to not be doing something. It may also help you to expose the defence mechanisms, that you have built up in the body against going with the flow of the empty breath.

This is not to say that all these defence mechanisms must come to an end to feel the empty breath. Having the willingness to not be somebody, but nobody is what makes you feel the empty breath. Neither is it important in which of the ways described in the previous article, What does ´the empty breath´ feel like, that it is felt, or if it is felt in another way.

Although these ways of feeling the empty breath definitely are fascinating, the most exciting way to feel it – or rather not feeling it – is simply to follow its consistent flow of indifference. Since that makes you indifferent to the experience of differences in the world where you appear to be, there does not seem to be anybody feeling anything but the bliss from being indifferent to the belief in being someone.

The nature of the empty breath is not to provide happiness but indifference, and since that releases you from the boundaries of a world defined by time and space, it may feel as if you are in a merry-go-round world.

Feelings, however, never last, so if you hang onto this feeling instead of going with the flow of being indifferent to what you feel, your merry-go-round world will be replaced by its contrast, namely a world of sadness. This is only so because you mistook the empty breath for the giver of happiness instead of indifference, so if you stick with the latter, it makes no difference if you feel happy or sad, and that is very blissful.

The most exciting aspect of the empty breath is cannot be felt because it is indifference.

At first, it may feel as if the empty breath is too slow to supply you with enough air for breathing. But when you do not try to handle the flow of it*, which may or may not be adjusted to the physical breath, everything is fine as it is.

Perhaps it feels as if you do not have enough room for the empty breath or that it results in more pain than joy, especially if you in the past have avoided the awareness of unpleasant feelings by projecting them onto obscure parts of the body. Thus fear, traumas and worries are stored in the body, often psoas and its corresponding muscle the diafragma. Since the latter, in terms of muscles, is the primary mover of the breath, it may have become too weak or stiff to freely move with the flow of the empty breath, which, therefore, seems to make you tense and not relaxed. That is if you are looking for a specific way of feeling the empty breath instead of going with its indifference because doing that, it does not matter whether the empty breath seems to result in a smooth expansion and contraction of the body or not.

What does ´the empty breath´ feel like? (in the process of being updated)

The inner breath is not restricted to be felt as a specific form, neither to only be felt inside. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As the empty breath is not something definitive, it cannot be felt in a specific way. Yet it can be felt in an undefinable way anywhere within its non-definitive framework – whether that appears to be inside or outside the body – but never consistently as the same, although it is always there.

The empty breath can be felt in many ways within its non-definable framework of a ball-like thingy, that passes through the head – or above it – and the stomach or below it. Yet it is not experienced in relation to the body, nor inside or outside. This is not because everything is perceived to at one when connected with the empty breath, but that the experience of something is perceived to be nothing (read more about that here).

Having an out-of-body experience is based on the belief that you are someone in a body, which is the opposite of the experience that comes from being connected with the empty breath, as it undoes the belief that you are someone in a body. Read more about that here.

Hence the connectedness with the empty breath is not an out-of-body experience, but a no-body experience. This does not mean, however, that you do not take care of the body, your beloved ones and whatnot when connected with the empty breath, but that it makes no difference if doing so seems to pay off or not.

In the connectedness with the empty breath there is nothing that appears to be disturbing, but trying to connect with it everything seems disturbing, because the purpose of trying is delaying, so you want to be disturbed.

The inner breath has no definitive center or anything else in a fixed position, so your experience of it may be different from mine. Maybe you primarily experience it in the stomach, in the chest or both inside and outside of your body within the non definitive borders of a ball. It may change from moment to moment, as  – unlike this image – it is not static. This image however illustrates when all its movements are experienced simultaneously, which feels as if the everything stands still.

The empty breath has no definitive centre or border or anything else that is in a fixed position. Everything is always moving, so the experience of it changes from moment to moment from as if it is in the stomach, in the chest or both inside and outside the body. So if your experience differs from the descriptions in this article, go with the flow as it comes to you.

Feelings are subjective
If you are future-minded, the empty breath may be felt to come from somewhere in front of you, whereas it probably is felt to arrive from the back if you are concerned about the past. And if you are into the concepts like living in the now, being centred and balanced, it may be felt as if it has a fixed centre. In other words, the experience of the empty breath is coloured by your conditioning.

This is not a problem for the empty breath, because contrary to you, it has no need to be acknowledged in a special way. So whether you experience it to be in the stomach, the chest, inside or outside the body, it carries out its one and only purpose, which is to make you indifferent to the apparent different experiences in the world where you believe to be.

The empty breath is indifferent to all the apparent differences of the world, so the more you connect with it, the more you adapt to this indifference and the less you want to be someone who makes a difference.

Since the empty breath is not static, the experience of it may change from moment to moment, and it may differ from the experiences described in this article. No worries. Being connected with it is not about doing something specific to feel something definitive, but going with the flow. It is only when you want to make a difference, you must do ´the right thing´.

A basic intro to the non-definitive form of the empty breath
The empty breath is modelled like an egg-shaped ball with lots of oval circles moving inside of it, but contrary to what you see in the illustration to the right, it does not have a definitive centre or border. Nor do the circles inside of it, and there are so many so close together that there is no space between them. In the emptiness of each circle, there is two yin-yang like waves. This you cannot see in the simplified illustration to the right, but there is a simulation of this in the second image from here.

That the empty breath has a non-definitive form does not only mean that the edges of it are blurry but that neither its size or shape is constant. It may grow bigger and smaller here and there so that it momentarily feels to be more pear-shaped than egg-shaped, for example.

As there is no up and down in the empty breath, the most significant part of the pear-shaped version of it may be in the top as well as in the bottom, or on the sides, or anywhere in between. And as the apparent centre of each one of the circles appearing to be inside the non-definitive ball of the empty breath is floating around, there are many none fixed centres.

Even though there appear to be an endless amount of diffused shaped circles inside the non-definitive boundaries of the empty breath, and they are moving in each their own direction with each their own yin-yang like formed waves moving inside of them, they are actually fused into one movement of two yin-yang like waves rolling in all directions – at bit like in the animation in the paragraph The swing of the empty breath or in the two last animations of this article.

But as that is very difficult to comprehend in a world where we are conditioned to divide reality in more than one, most will probably not feel the totality of the empty breath, but one of the many circles that seems to make it up. No worries. It is not about perfection but going with the flow, as it comes to you.

The empty breath has no specific centre, and though it seems to consists of many different movements in each their own size and shape, everything is actually fused into one single move. As this may be hard to comprehend in a world where there seems to be more than one, it is most likely easier to experience just one of its aspects at a time.

This could be like going in a circle going from the stomach around the back of the body to the top of the head when breathing in, and from there in a circular movement in front of the body and back to the stomach when breathing out. The direction, however, does not matter. As already said, it is all about going with the flow. So if that seems to go the opposite way, by all means, go that way.

The flow can also be in a circle, about the same diameter as above, that instead goes from the abdomen to the throat or rectum to the heart. The width of the circle can also be expanded, so it goes from the abdomen to a point above the head or from the rectum to a point further above the head.

No matter where you perceive the location of the empty breath to be, it is the same emptiness you experience a second before the brain processes it into an experience of something perceived to be substantial (read more about that here). As the emptiness of the expanded circle metaphorically speaking goes from hell to heaven, you may feel frightened or spaced out if you get stuck in one of those extremes.

Going with the flow of the circular movement in one of the above circles feels like you are surfing two yin-yang like waves inside the empty breath. But this is just one of the ways to experience the empty breath. Below is a short introduction to them and then a more detailed description to each of them.

Be aware though, feeling the empty breath, as described in this article, is only possible to the extent that you do not wish to be or have more spiritually, mentally, emotionally or materialistically because the empty breath has not anything to give but the sheer bliss of nothing.

A basic intro to the ways of feeling the empty breath
Sensing the operator of the empty breath (see the below paragraph of the same name) or the indifference of it (check out the paragraph The empty breath is not the giver of joy and happiness but indifference in the article What is ´the empty breath´ about?) is a state of not-knowing in which you seem to be floating on clouds of bliss, whereas the state of not-knowing coming from the rhythmic flow of it is more like if you are moved by clouds of bliss.

The rhythmic flow of the empty breath can be heard as a distant sound (see the below paragraph The transparent sound of the empty breath) or felt inside the body (see the below paragraph The swing of the empty breath), or sensed as if nobody is surfing two yin-yang like waves in and outside the body (see the next paragraph).

That being said, these categories are not meant to limit you into experiencing the empty breath in specific ways but to inspire you to experience it in your way.

Each of the non-definable circles inside the non-definable ball of the empty breath – see the previous illustration – consist of two yin-yang like looking waves (but without the two holes), that are not fixated and probably moves in sync with the breath – or rather the breath moves in sync with them. It is therefore not so much about following the extraction and contraction of the physical breath but the flow of the empty breath, which may feel like you are surfing the outside of the two yin-yang like waves more or less in sync with the physical breath. The colours in this image only have an illustrative purpose.

Surfing the empty breath
In the above illustration to the right, you see a very simplified simulation of the empty breath in which you are not able to see that the number of circles inside it is endless. Nor does it reflect that the empty breath has no definitive border or centre and each of the circles inside it contains two non-definitive waves like in the above image, that can be surfed. Please notice that although the waves look like the two parts of a yin-yang sign, they have no holes. And as they actually are colourless, the colours in this image and all the others in this article only have an illustrative purpose.

When the body is expanded by the breath, you surf the outside of the yellow wave from the stomach and behind the body up in the head. From there, you surf the outside of the blue wave in front of the body down to the abdomen or below it, while the breath is contracting the body. That is if you are sensing the waves in a circle going from the back to the front of the body. See a more detailed explanation of the different possibilities for the placement of the circles containing the waves in the above intro to the empty breath.

Besides surfing the waves in that circle, you can surf the waves in a circle going from the left to the right side of the body and in circles anywhere in between these. No matter what circle you are surfing, you most feel the waves in the circular movement outside the body.

It is not needed to be in total sync with the rhythm of the physical expansion and contraction of the body, nor does it matter if part of the circular movement is skipped. What matters is to follow the flow as it comes to you, because that makes you forget the physical breath so it can take care of itself without any interruption from you being stressed or trying to inflict it with ideas of balance, tranquillity and whatnot.

Maybe the most joyous way to surf the waves is to go the whole way around one of them and then continue by going the entire way around the other one, more or less in alignment with the breath extracting and contracting the body. There may be even more joyous ways revealed to you, when following the flow.

Alexius has never been surfing in the world of the outer senses, so when he says going with the flow of the two yin-yang like waves in the empty breath feels like surfing, it is an imagination of his.

You may also surf the empty breath in the opposite direction. Going counterclockwise tends to lessen physical awareness so you would become less interested in returning to a conscious experience of being someone substantial in a tangible world. The same applies, if the non-definable edges of the empty breath are not experienced to touch the body but pass it on top of the head and below the abdomen, as that means there is almost no relation to the body when surfing it.

Thus the body is set free (read more about that here), so it can follow its biological system without you trying to unite the physical nature of the body with mental ideas of wellness, which is like trying to blend physical elements with the immaterial ones in a dream or vice versa. It does not work.

You cannot be someone definitive, when going with the flow of the empty breath, so the belief in being someone separated from the formlessness of that which is one is fading out.

Going with the flow without knowing where and why.

Surfing the empty breath to feel good regardless of the physical condition
You will, as already noted, mainly feel the flow of the waves in one of the many circles inside the empty breath. This will probably be in a circle going from the back of the body to the front of it or the other way around. But from there you can also jump to the waves in another circle or feel them all simultaneously.

As it takes more than one to feel something, it is only in a world where there seems to be more than one that this is possible, so the more the belief in such a world is undone by the empty breath, the less you feel it.

Alexius was not aware of this before he started writing what the empty breath feels like and therefore took a closer look upon it. He usually just follows the flow without thinking about direction and whatnot, because in his case, the flow mostly results in the sense of indifference.

It is, however, possible to be more choosy than Alexius is typically. Having worries about the past, or pain in the back, you can choose to be massaged by surfing both sides of the wave behind you and leaving out the one in front of you within a circle of the empty breath that goes from the back to the front of you. Should you want to be grounded, you can surf all the way around a single wave in a circle going from the back to the front of you where the waves are not located like in the above but in the top and bottom of the circle.

The wave you surf, in this case, is the bottom one passing through the abdomen or even lower in the direction from the back to the front of you, or the other way around, or the bottom wave in another circle going from the left to the right side of you, or both of the bottom waves in these circles, or the bottom wave in any one or more circles in between the two others. No reason to memorise this. Just go with the flow.

Just like what you believe to be is nothing so is the empty breath, but unlike you, it has no need to conceal that by appearing to be something in specific. Consequently, there is not something that prevents it from being what and where is most beneficial for you – even under your feet if that is what it takes to make you forget what you believe to be.

Supposing you want to enhance the intuitive or fact-minded side of you, you could do this by respectively surfing all the way around the wave to the right and the left in a circle going around the head sideways. In a circle that also goes sidewise but around the chest, you could surf all the way around the wave in front of the chest if it is hollow and seems to restrict the breath. Surfing both waves but only on the outer side of them in a circle going sideways around the head or stomach, is excellent in the case of vertigo, eventually combined with surfing the two waves back and forth of you in a circle going from your feet to above the head.

In the case of tight hips, blocked abdomen or spasm in the lower back, you completely surf the wave behind you and then the one in front of you in a circle going sideways in that area, and so on. You could also try surfing in a similar circle where the waves are not in behind and in front of you but on the sides. The size of the circle and thus the waves adjust to the need for relaxing these areas. Is sadness released from there, you may feel like crying. If so, forget about the empty breath and take the time to grieve. Then return to the same circle of the empty breath if that is what the flow calls for.

It may instead call for surfing a combination of other waves, for example a wave in front of you in a circle going sideways at the abdomen and a wave in front of you in a circle that does not go sideways but from the head to stomach or the other way. Maybe surfing them simultaneously or perhaps not just one of the waves in the circles but both waves in a circular movement around the abdomen and from the back and front of you – or whatever combination that seems beneficial to you in the regard to getting through the lockdown.

The empty breath is also beneficial when it comes to alleviating allergy symptoms or other kinds of symptoms coming from IBS and COPD, for example. It may not heal these or any other physical sickness, because the purpose of the duality hacks is not to heal the body but the sick belief that you are in it. In the case of Alexius, the state of his body is not that good, so he speaks from personal experience when he says, that due to the indifference of the empty breath IBS and COPD, for example, are not something he needs to get it over with to feel better, as the discomfort is not perceived to be something but nothing.

If you are not looking to get it right, nothing is wrong or missing. Hence every moment is the perfect moment (hack #4.1 Every moment is the perfect moment). You have no need to get it right if you face your anger, because then it does not seem wrong and you do not have hide it by looking right.

It is not just a rosy story, though, because the transition from perceiving desperation as something to nothing was very upsetting until he did not perceive hopelessness to be wrong but that which set him free. There are many possibilities for using the empty breath. Yet it is best not to use it but instead, be used by it so going with the flow sets the body free to heal itself. This is why it is brilliant in the case of psychosomatic disorders. It is not commendable though to catch every detail about the empty breath in this article because an intellectual understanding of it will not help you to feel it connected with it. On the contrary.

You cannot illustrate the inner breath, as it has no definitive form. This animation, however, may give you an idea about the ´structure´ of the inner breath and the high frequency of its inner movement, which seems to originate from an yin yang like curved line – not just as curved though. It feels like, it is the swing of this floating line that expands and contracts the body, so that it breathes in and out. Unlike an yin yang sign the inner breath is not a flat circle with a curved line, but rather a ball wherein the curved line swings upwards and downwards as well as sideways, forwards and backwards and everything in between. Unfortunately the animation is not able illustrate that, neither how slow the swing of it actually feels in the body. Even though it extremely active inside the ball, the experience of it is that it has all the time in the world to expand and contract the body.

It is not possible to illustrate the swing of the empty breath because it has no definable form or movement. This animation, however, may give you an idea about how the swing of it feels as if it is coming from a non-definitive curved line, that is to be compared to the line in between the two forms of a yin-yang sign – but less curved. The swing of this line expands and contracts the body so that it breathes in and out. But unlike in a yin-yang sign the swing of the empty breath is not inside a flat circle but rather a non-definable ball, wherein there are many non-definable circles with each their own curved line. Depending on where one of these circles are experienced to be located the swing of the empty breath is experienced to swing upwards and downwards, sideways, forwards and backwards or anywhere in between. Unfortunately, the animation is not really illustrating this, neither that though the swing of it is mighty, the experience of it may be that it is in no hurry to expand and contract the body.

The swing of the empty breath
What is said in the above about surfing the empty breath, generally speaking, also apply to feel the swing of it, except that this is solely felt inside the body, where the movement of the non-definitive curved line between the two waves is sensed as a swing, that extracts and contracts the body in a steady rhythmic flow of breathing in and out. Due to the definitive size of the body, this line is felt less curved and probably also shorter than the line in between the two waves described in the above.

The steady swing of the empty breath may seem to expand and contract the body slower than when you imagined being in charge of the breathing. Maybe the break in between expansion and contraction also feels too long. But the swing of the empty breath probably feels more powerful – so much indeed, that at first, it feels like the body does not have enough room for it.

Just like surfing the empty breath can be done on the waves in any of the circles within the non-definitive border of the empty breath, the swing of it can be felt in the movement of the curved line floating in the middle of any one of these circles.

In other words, the curved line is not just pumping from the back to front in relation to the body but also up and down, from side to side and everywhere in between, which you may sense in the illustration to the left. Though you can feel all these directions simultaneously, it probably is so unfamiliar that you may prefer to feel the swing of the empty breath in one circle at a time.

The shape of the circles with the swing of the empty breath is more like an egg. See the illustration. The experience of the curved line inside ´the egg´ may not seem logical. Breathing in, you may solely experience the swing of the empty breath in the bottom of ´the egg´ and breathing out, in the top of it – or the other way around, or only in the bottom or the top. You can also experience the whole curved line going back and forth, or up and down, at once.

To make long short, the empty breath behaves like a bird. If it has a pattern of flying that you cannot see. So do not try to shape it, nor to let it be. Both attitudes fend of the experience because they imply you are in charge. Instead, acknowledge you are not in control. Using the technique for the taste of life, you automatically lose control, because, whether you taste it or not, the technique itself is beneficial when it comes to defocusing. And without focus, you are not in control.

If you experience the swing of the empty breath in all the eggshaped circles simultaneously, the fusion of them at first feels as everything is spinning. See the speedy animation just below. But it quickly turns into a feeling of everything standing so still – see the third image from here – that you feel the bliss of being indifferent to what and where you appear to be.

Connecting to the inner breath is fortunately not about perfection, as that requires much control and therefore blocks the inner breath to move on its own accord. The inner breath is always connected to you, but you cannot feel it if your purpose is to be someone definitive. In other words not being anybody the inner breath is not hidden. In fact it is very intense.

The swing of the empty breath is not felt as fast as the movements in this animation, but rather like a steady ongoing rhythm that with much force expands and contracts the body. Yet the resulting breath in the body is often very subtle and probably seems to be slower than you are used to – unlike the driving force behind the rhythm of the empty breath, that is a rush of energy within the non-definable ball of it. And even though the particles of this force is moving completely unstructured and at any speed, fast or slow – a bit like in this animation – it is such a relief to merge with this apparent chaos, as that prevents you from focussing on anything specific, so you feel like a fountain sparkling with joy.

The operator of the empty breath
Besides from feeling the swing of the empty breath or as if you are surfing two yin-yang like waves more or less in alignment with the extraction and contraction of the physical breath, you can also feel a constant rush of energy within the non-definable border of the empty breath. This chaotic energy at the root of the empty breath is not rhythmic but abstract. Yet it is the force behind the rhythm of the empty breath. The feeling of it is a subtle sense of being here, there and everywhere, or as if spinning through a world with no limits where you are not limited to be someone.

There are no rules, but it could very well be, that a take-off to ´the empty breath´ will take you to this aspect of it … and what a relief it is to float in chaos instead of having to fit into the rigid world of the outer senses.

Unlike the swing of the empty breath but like surfing its waves, this force is sensed both inside and outside of the body. It may be easier to feel its very subtle energy outside of the body as there the dense bodily feeling is not an obstacle. If you do not try to catch its abstractness, but go with its fleetness, it feels like you are a fountain of sparkling joy.

Sensing the operator of the empty breath outside of the body, you will automatically be taken inside, as the operator does not know one from the other. From there you may be transferred to the rhythmic flow of surfing or feeling the swing of the empty breath.

The apparent chaos at the root of the empty breath, where the operator of it resides and where you most likely land after igniting the empty breath, is therefore a good starting point, when you want to be in the rhythmic flow of the empty breath.

If you out of habit try to focus on the empty breath to hear the transparent sound of it (see the next paragraph) or feel its rhythmic flow, you are bound to perceive it as something and thus to fence it off. A more beneficial way to approach the rhythmic flow and transparent sound of the empty breath is to start in the chaos of its root – whether sensed in front or back of the body, on top of it or all around it – because that leaves nothing specifically for you to focus on, wherefore there is not something definitive blocking out hearing or feeling the rhythmic flow of the empty breath.

The transparent sound of the empty breath
Just like the rhythm of bass is not only heard but also felt in the body, so is the sound of the empty breath, which is like ´so´ when it expands the body and ´ham´ when contracting it.

The apparently definitive shape of you in a body is, therefore, exposed as make-believe.

Sometimes it is like this rhythmic sound of ´so-ham´ comes from the nose and at other times from an undefined space in the back of the head. And then again, the sound does not seem to have a definable location, so it is neither experienced to be inside or outside the head. It may even appear to originate from an invisible space outside the body like it has nothing to do with your appearance in a body.

And as that is actually so, feeling the sound of the empty breath is not a compelling experience like feeling the rhythm of the bass, because it cancels out the feeling of being in a specific body – as if there is no definable border between the body and its apparent surrounding. A sofa, for example, does not seem to differ from the body sitting in it.

This is basically due to the brain not being able to create a conscious experience of the signals it claims to receive from the sensory system of the body, when you are deeply connected with the empty breath (read more about that here), wherefore there is nobody to divide them into judgments of inside and outside, good and bad, high and low, them and me and so on. Hence the apparent differences in the experience of in a world where there seems to be more than one do not appear to make a difference.

Since this means there is nothing to define such a world, it becomes obvious that it is not real but a fantasy made from out of nothing. But just like the reality in the world of a game is the same whether you believe it is real or not, the reality of a world where there seems to be more than one remains the same, when you sense it is an illusion. Your relation with it, however, is forever changed. Being someone definitive, there is all pretence – just like it is, within that reality, when one pretends to be in the world of a game. Do not get attached to the rhythm of the empty breath, because the feeling of the rhythm is related to the body, so it stops when the body ends.

Since a rhythm has a beginning and an end, it is best not to get attached to the rhythm of the empty breath in the swing or transparent sound of it, because it ends when the body stops to function. At that moment, it is better to merge with the indifference of the empty breath or the non rhythmic and very chaotic energy in the operator of it, so that there is not something specific to stop the enlightenment of that which is one from absorbing the nothingness of you.

Via the transparent sound of the empty breath, you may naturally float into glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, which the visual-minded will experience as visions of light and the auditory minded as ethereal harmonies. If you are more emotional minded, you may feel the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises or taste the sweetness of it.

The glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, for example, the visual aspect of it, merges into one, if not interpreted as something specific. Hence there is no experience of that which is you being different from that which is one, so nothing seems to hide there never was or will be more than the formlessness of oneness.

The empty breath, however, is not something that can be brought about by manipulating the physical breath or exercising any other form of control. It is the other way around. When you go with the flow, the empty breath joins you.

A bicycle has nothing to do with the place, it is transporting you to.

This is not to say, that techniques cannot be helpful in regards to tone down the experience of you as someone definitive so that the apparent existence of you in the tangible world fabricated by the brain does not seem to be a fact but make-believe. Unfortunately most forget, that techniques have nothing to do with what they seem to accomplish. Just like a remote control have nothing to do with the music it triggers.

As the connection with the empty breath is a state of not-knowing there is no awareness of separation. Hence the apparent difference between past, now and future or you and Alexius does not make a difference.

It is not possible to illustrate the inner breath in its totality. This yon yang animation (please abstract from the holes) though may give you an idea of the simultaneously movement of the two waves inside the inner breath.

The connectedness with the empty breath is a state of not-knowing
Nobody really knows what the connectedness with the empty breath feels like as it is a state of not-knowing. So to write about that, he had to go back and forth between a state of not-knowing and the conscious experience of being someone, and compile the vague memories of the empty breath popping up in his consciousness.

If the resulting descriptions seem patchy and confusing, you can use the disorientation to ignite a take-off to the empty breath. See how to do that in Take-offs to ´the empty breath´ and How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´.

The empty breath is not only to be experienced within its border, because it has no specific border, so if you are experiencing it somewhere else, you have really become indifferent to the belief in being someone definitive, because only as such would you expect to experience it somewhere specific.

Please remember that even though the connectedness with the empty breath is impersonal, what you remember of it afterwards is personal, so your memories may be coloured in another way than those of Alexius.

If still confused you are welcome to mail Alexius, although using your uncertainty to ignite a take-off to the empty breath is preferable, because he cannot help neither you or himself as he sees nobody in need of help.

Thus you would be better off keep on reading about it until you hardly can stay awake, then go to bed, forget what you read the empty breath feels like, close your eyes, and most likely it will be there in one way or the other. Surely, they will rapidly change. That is if you do not try to hang onto one of them. In that case, they will cease.

Your eyes do not have to be closed, and you do not have to go to bed. You can sit anywhere in any position. You can also walk, run and/or talk. But if you are new to the empty breath, it may seem easier to connect with it by partly cut out the world of the external senses yourself, instead of waiting for it to be toned down when the empty breath syncs it with the world of the inner senses. You should, however, never attempt to cut out the world of the external senses yourself in situations, that requires your full attention in that, like driving a car, for example.

When not trying to make sense of this image but going with its absurdity, the free-flowing energy of the experience spontaneously ignites a take-off to the empty breath and its bliss of emptiness, provided there is a willingness to forget what you believe to be. The image is grabbed from the web.

If not perceiving what you read to be special, it cannot define you as unique. Thus there is not something special to obscure the bliss of nothing.

As soon as you have had enough of the frustration coming from the perception in being special and you do not try to edit or transform your feeling of desperation, the raw energy of it automatically ignites a take-off to the empty breath. Since it is nothing and your current experience of something is processed by the brain from what it did imagine to receive from a gap in nothing one second ago (read more about that here), the take-off to the empty breath only takes one second.

In other words, when you connect with the empty breath, you go one second back in linear time to the nothingness that is unprocessed into something by the brain.  From there, the brains rendering of nothing into a world of something looks the same, but it is not perceived to be something and therefore not confirming you to be someone. Hence you are in the bliss of nothing.

Every time you believe in fighting something, it is to prevent being nothing.

In linear time, it may take a few more seconds, or many years, before there is nothing but the bliss of emptiness because out of reflex you probably try to force the breath through the tensions in the body, instead of going with the flow of the empty breath. It may feel as if you are fighting with the empty breath about how to breathe.

This fight, however, is solely between what you perceive to be you and an intruder because the empty breath is not intruding you. That is not possible. It does not see you as someone made of solid elements, but of emptiness just like itself. So when you stop fighting nothing, the empty breath goes through the tensions, caused by the thoughts and feelings you have excluded from your awareness by hiding them in the body, as they are nothing.

To get to this point, you must be willing to not stop the breath from going through the painful areas of the body. In this process, you may use professional healthcare services to relieve the body from spasms and headaches, for example, because the empty breath is not healing the body – only the belief that there is someone there.

What you believe in being is nothing twisted by the brain into someone experiencing something. In the presence of the empty breath, which is nothing that has not been processed into something, you become indifferent to the experience of something and thus of being someone. Having passed the apparent physical and emotional obstacles, you turn into nobody. It may at first feel like the empty breath sets off from an engine in the abdomen as if it is an inner breath that in a slow fashion pumps air from there to extract the body (read more about that here), whereafter it returns to the engine which seems to take its time before it pumps it out again without any concept of being inside and outside of a body.

Despite that this is nothing which extracts and contracts nothing, it is in a world where everything is experienced as something also experienced to be that. It may be experienced as if you having fun surfing yin-yang like waves in the rhythmic flow of the empty breath, or being everywhere and nowhere in the sound of it, or joyfully moving with the swing of it, or being still in the abstractness behind its rhythmic flow. Although it may have been unedited speed and chaos that connected you with the empty breath, it is not a speedy or chaotic affair being connected, but like you weightlessly walk on clouds. Think of being high up in the sky in an aeroplane. Although it was the speed that ignited the take-off and it must be maintained to keep you in the air, it is not the speed you feel but a laid-back experience of being in the clouds.

Regarding speed, whether connected with the empty breath or not, we are always moving extremely fast because the Earth and thus us as well is spinning at 1.000 miles an hour, if at the equator and a little less when north and south of it, and the entire planet is hurtling around the sun at 67.000 miles an hour. Having a static perception of ourselves, however, we do not feel the thrill of this but having a perception in sync with the brain (read more about that here), we feel it and can use it to ignite a take-off to the empty breath.

However, the ways described in this article and the other ones in hack #5.2 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing are generally not geared for the basic but special self. That is because most are drawn in by the excitement they imagine to get from being special, rather than the pure happiness, they automatically receive when being basic, because the latter will not make them essential in a world where being special, bitchy and having something extraordinary is the standard. If not focused but defocused, all the elements used to construct what you believe to be blur out. Hence they do not seem to be something, and you, therefore, not different from the nothingness where the empty breath resides. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

So although being special brings about stress and being basic results in relaxation, almost everybody does their best to establish themselves as somebody special in a mundane or so-called spiritual way. Thus hack #5.2 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing is mostly about using stress and speedy thoughts as a take-off to the empty breath. In regards to the basic self, it is not the stress of being somebody but the relaxation of being nobody, that ignites a take-off to the empty breath.

Let us imagine, you have covered your eyes by your hand, so you can indulge in daydreaming without being disturbed by the world outside of you. Though it feels great to have a fantasy of a better world, it also feels strange to be cut off from the actual world.

So when you want to see the world as it is and not as you imagine it could be, and you sense it is your own hand that stops you from doing so, you automatically remove it. Hence it is the built-up frustration and the realisation it is caused by your own hand, that makes you take it away so you can see the world as it is.

Having had enough of something ignites a take-off to the empty breath and the bliss of nothing
The process in the above box, generally speaking, resembles the way a take-off to the empty breath is ignited. The perception of the experiences you seem to have is believed to establish you as special and therefore to hide that it is a fantasy made from nothing.

This perception, which is to be compared to the hand in the above box, is made from selected thoughts organised into a spiritual or mundane vocabulary (read more about that here), that you share with like-minded ones to confirm each other as being special and not just a fantasy of the brain. Read more about this here.

You may not only sense the bare feet that have made the footprints in this photo but also the body they belong to. Yet there is no feet or entity in the image, and nobody makes footprints like those. When you have had enough of the confusion that comes from this perception, you loosen the grip on the selected thoughts, making it up. Thus you start to see that being special is a daydream. When you are fed up by that, your frustration ignites a take-off to the empty breath. In the connectedness with its nothingness, there is not somebody to perceive that what you experience makes you special or anything at all. This does not mean that you disappear but that you are not attributed with a specific meaning.

The empty breath cannot be experienced as something definitive because it resides in the nothingness unprocessed by the brain. Hence you do not  notice it when you want to experience something.

Since this is a state of not-knowing, there is no awareness of the bliss that nothing entails when not disguised as something. But memories of it pop up when you return to the conscious experience of being someone, which you must do latest 20 minutes, 45 at most, after entering a state of not-knowing, if you want to be able to go on as someone substantial in a tangible world. When returning from a state of not-knowing to the consciousness of being someone definitive, the slate has been wiped clean, so even though it feels like you just had a unique experience, you are nothing special. Instead, you are the basic self you always were supposed to be. Being that you are happy.

And this happiness does not come from what you experience to be and have but from being in sync with the brain (see hack #4.2 The basic self versus the special one), there is no need to perceive any experiences as something special. Thus they seem so unimportant, that, every now and then, there does not appear to be something to hide the bliss of nothing. In other words, you automatically and very quickly go back and forth between a state of not-knowing and the conscious experience of being someone. See To be nobody and yet somebody.

The connectedness with the empty breath does not come from meditating, chanting or any other technique of self-control, because control enhances the belief in being someone definitive. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Being a basic self is an after-effect of a state of not-knowing that may last from a few seconds to many years (read more about that here). Often though it is hastily overridden by the desire to be and have something special. No worries. The confusing energy that this entails is so powerful that it ignites a take-off to the empty breath, provided you are willing to not try to fence off the frustration by denying or indulging in sex or anything else.

In other words, when you are totally fed up with being controlled by the thoughts and feelings, you have sought out yourself to form a belief system of how to be special, you automatically leave it. Not in the sense that you give up, let be or surrender because that is based on being special. But in the sense that the unedited frustration ignites a take-off to the empty breath and in its nothingness there is not something to define you as special anymore.

Be aware, though, that you will never know how to connect with the empty breath. It is not something but nothing, and you cannot know how to connect with nothing. But if you forget what and where you appear to be, you do not need to connect because then there does not appear to be something hiding that you are nothing.

PART 1: UNEDITED SPEED BRINGS YOU INTO THE BLISS OF NOTHING
Oneness is contrary to the common belief, not the same as stillness but loudness. That is if the speed of it could be experienced. But that is not possible, because it requires more than one to experience something.

You could also say, the reason oneness cannot be experienced is that it is a movie (an analogue), that is played so fast that the individual frames of it cannot be seen because. The speed merges them into one. Hence it is not quietness but speediness that is the bedrock of that which is one.

In the context of this metaphor, a world where there seems to be more than one is a movie of oneness slowed down so much, that it seems to consists of frames divided by time and space.

Those insisting in oneness being stillness are those who want to take it slow, because that gives them time to feel they are in control.

It is, therefore, not calmness but speediness, that is needed to accelerate the slowed-down movie of oneness into its natural speed, which is so fast that nothing can be seen. Hence hack #5.2 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing is not about slowing down thoughts or stopping them but not holding them back so the speediness of them ignite a take-off to the empty breath. It syncs the speedy thoughts in the low-frequency world of the outer senses with the high-frequency world of the inner senses, so they can be further accelerated without you going insane in the world of the outer senses.

Inevitable thoughts move so fast that there is no time to hold onto any of them to make you come out as someone definitive in the world of the outer senses. Thus that world is perceived from the world of the inner senses, where you are not someone definitive. Thus you are in a state of not-knowing, which is pure bliss.

If you remain in that state for more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, the speed of the thoughts become so fast that they merge into the enlightenment of that which is one, from where there is nothing to gently fall into the formlessness of oneness. So we return to the subject of this hack, which is not that which is one but how to enjoy the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one while slowly but surely having it undone.

For a take-off to the empty breath to work, you do not have to sit in special postures or do something extraordinary. There is one thing, though, you must do to make it work. You got to acknowledge the chaos of thoughts and feelings as they are experienced without analysing or trying to understand them, nor to shape them by a philosophical or religious system, because if editing, the speed of chaos is replaced by the numbness of order.

To not suppress the chaos through mental or meditative activity, but instead acknowledge it as it is, you do nothing than to totally be it.* This is not only the take-off to the empty breath but also the destination because totally being something leaves nothing to contrast it. And as that does not leave behind anything to define you, you are in a state of not-knowing. Read more about that here.

In a state of not-knowing, the apparent difference between specific thoughts is not perceived to make a difference, neither is the supposed difference between what is presumed to be you and others. Thus there is nobody to be separated from somebody or at one with anybody – nor to experience the bliss that this entails.

But you do not know the bliss of that before you return to the conscious experience of being someone definitive and memories of it start popping up. You know, however, you are in a state of not-knowing when you do not care about what and where you appear to be.

When trying to control, change or stop thoughts and feelings, they are slowed down and therefore do not have the speed needed to ignite a take-off to the empty breath, where they lose their apparent meaning, since the empty breath is indifferent to differences. Consequently, they also lose their apparent power to define you as someone definitive.

Please be aware, that the above explanation of that which is one versus a world where there seems to be more than one is as absurd as any other explanation of this or anything else, because it requires more than one to explain something and there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless.

And as it also takes more than one to find something, there is neither truth, love, oneness or anything else to be found anywhere. Thus Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings do not reveal oneness, nor do they point to it, since that requires more than one. But they point to the belief that it is possible to be and have more that which is one as that is what seems to hide there never was or will be more than that which is one because it is formless and therefore endless.

PART 2: COMPLETELY BEING SOMETHING UNVEILS THE BLISS OF NOTHING
Feeling wrong seems to go away when you complain about somebody because that makes them appear to be wrong and you to be right. But complaining about others to escape unwanted feelings in yourself is like covering them under the lid in a cooking pot. Sooner or later, the pressure of the suppressed emotions blows off the lid and steam of grievances shoot out.

Since the cooking pot in this metaphor is your body, the above is to say, that although complaining about somebody at first seems to make you feel better, the problem is not solved. It has just been buried inside your body from where it will come out in the open when the body expels the suppressed problem through physical disease. Whatever that is, you most likely blame it for having caused you to suffer, so you still can deny having an emotional problem.

You do not get rid of an emotional problem by suppressing but feeling it. This is not done by telling friends or a psychiatrist what you think that your problem is. Focusing on the cause displaces the feeling, and so does talking about it because that disassociate you from feeling it.

Totally being a feeling is as easy as being completely devoted to sex, for example. It does not mean, by the way, that you go deep down in the feeling. It is like going deep into a well. No reason to do that. It is the same water on the surface. In other words, totally being an emotion is to feel as it comes to you now.

So instead of sharing what you think you feel with somebody, feel it all by yourself until you are nothing but that, wherefore there is no feeling to contrast it and, therefore, not something to define you as having a problem or anything else. Consequently, you are in a state of not-knowing.

This does not necessarily mean that the bodily symptom of the suppressed feeling magically vanishes. The body may still hurt. But since there is nobody to perceive this as something, it is, just like in a dream, nothing, which applies to everything else, so there is not something to be bothered by. Nor is there anybody to know the bliss that this entails before returning to the belief in being someone and blissful memories of not believing that start to surface.

Since these memories slowly by surely rubs off on your perception of what and where you appear to be as someone definitive, you do not need to avoid or hold onto any feeling to establish yourself as special. Consequently, the body is not used as a garbage bin for unwanted feelings, so it is not disturbed by immaterial matters and can take care of physical issues just like it was made to do. Sometimes, maybe, with a little help from a qualified healthcare professional.

To sum it up, acknowledging a feeling as something specific that you experience as someone definitive makes it possible to completely be what you feel. Being that and nothing else there is not something to contrast it, and therefore nothing to define what you are. Thus you enter a state of not-knowing. However, it is not before you leave it and return the belief in being someone definitive, that you remember, the bliss that comes from being indifferent to that.

You must leave a state of not-knowing after 20 minutes, 45 at most, at a time if you want to be able again to have a conscious experience of being someone definitive because the brain falls into a coma if there is not a continuous dialogue – internal or external – about something that seems to confirm you are someone definitive. So if you do not want the brain to fall into a coma, and you to disappear in the nothingness from where the experiences of what you believe to be is fabricated by the brain, you must return to the consciousness of being someone in a world of something by resuming your grievances about the world experienced to be outside of you, so you again are established to be separated from what you experience and thus to be someone definitive. Read here how complaints seem to make you appear to be real.

Instead of returning from a state of not-knowing to the conscious experience of being someone definitive, you can totally forget about something, so there is nothing to be absorbed by the enlightenment of that which is one, so there is no consciousness, states of bliss or anything else that requires more than one.

Hence there is not something which seems to hide, there never was or will be nothing but that which is one. Read about the enlightenment of that which is one in HACK #5-7, Inner senses, enlightenment, and glimpses of it. This does not only mean that the appearance of you as someone definitive is terminated, but that you have never existed, neither in a material or spiritual way, because it takes more than one to exist.

No reason to worry about accidentally and abruptly being terminated as someone in the enlightenment of that which is one, because in most cases the fear of it (read more about that here) or the urge to separate will set in before that, so you automatically fend off that which is one to appear as if you are someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Obviously, nor Alexius or anybody else has passed the point of no return in the enlightenment of that which is one because a world where there seems to be more than one is still experienced, and it only takes one to undo what is not one because there is no more than that which is one.

PART 3: THE RETURN FROM THE BLISS OF NOTHING TO THE HAPPINESS OF SOMETHING
When returning from a state of not-knowing to the consciousness of being someone, just like a criminal, you do not think in the categories of right or wrong. Unlike a criminal, however, you do not replace these categories with a calculation of what you can get away with it. You are aware that you do not choose what you do – only how you perceive it.

You do not get stressed from always having to avoid what you judge as negative, being angry for example, when perceiving everything as it is what it is. Read more about this perception here.

And since your perception always is that it is what it is, negative thoughts are just as welcome as positive ones. So is the empty breath. Most of this hack, however, presumes you do not perceive everything as it is what it is, but I know what it is. And as you have to exclude everything unknow from your awareness to uphold this perception, you are full of hidden thoughts and feelings which suppressed energy can be used to ignite a take-off to the empty breath.

If you have been reading hack #4.2 The basic self versus the special one and hack #4.3 To be a basic self is to be good enough, you have probably grasped that you, in the terms of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, are the basic self when perceiving everything as it is what it is and the special self, if you have made a perception of yourself that implies you know better than the brain and thus have established yourself better and more unique than the basic self the brain has created – or in the process of doing it.

Being in sync with the brain, there is nothing to disturb you from falling into a state of not-knowing.

Since the basic self is in sync with the brain, it feels the happiness of something contrary to the special self which is out of sync and thus gets the sadness of something. They are equally illusionary, though, but it does not seem so dangerous to have that exposed when being a basic and not a special self.

To set the body free is to set you free [draft]

By concentrating a lot, you may be able to find, something that appears to be a person in this image, and so you may extend this appearance by imagining what that person is like. But if you do not focus, you will not see anything definable there, and so you are well on your way back to that which is you because there is nobody in the image – and you are not definite. Imagine that while sitting in a bathtub, you get glimpses of something that looks like a world in the steam coming up from it. Or imagine you look at a drawing or painting of some persons and start to sense their emotions. What you experience to see and feel is make-believe because there is actually nobody in a painting, nor in the world, you grasp in the steam coming from the bathtub. Yet imagination can make it appear as if something is going on in a lifeless painting or a stream of heat.

Though projections are not real, they appear to be if you hide their apparent effect is self-made.

Depending on the thoughts project onto the persons in a painting, they could be experienced to feel good or bad, and experience this to come back to you from them and not yourself. Hence it feels like the persons in the painting are alive.

By adding more thoughts to your love story – for example, that the persons are coming from the heart – more good vibes seem to come from outside of you, and so you seem to have a loving connection with someone that is not you. But it is a fantasy. There is nobody but you. And that is also a fantasy because, without anybody to define you, there is nothing.

This is to illustrate, that what and where you experience to be is made from fragments of things you imagine to be outside of oneness. It does not explain everything, though. Who is it, that see something, and is it possible to see anything when there is no more than that which is one?

No, it is not possible, and for the same reason, it is not possible to be someone. In other words, nobody is having the experience of a world outside of themselves, neither of something inside of themselves. Yet that which is not possible in reality may be possible in a fairy tale. However, it is not possible to logically explain how something is possible in the world of a fairy tale because there is no logical way to describe something that is not real. If there were, it would be genuine. That is why so many like to ask, Who am I?

To exist is an illusion because it requires more than one to exist, to be or to have a consciousness and there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless.

Even though nobody has ever found an answer to that, they reckon the question implies, that there is one and that it will prove they exist.

It is just as crazy as to ask, who is the writer of this article and then start looking for the writer in the article. The re is nobody in it, neither in the world where you appear to be. Nor can that which is real be explained, as it takes more than one to do so.

So there we are – or at least we appear to be in a fairy tale of a world where there seems to be more than one. What to do about it? Doing nothing is the way out because doing something is what makes you appear to be there.

This does not mean that you should not deal with the problems that seem to arise from appearing to be there but that since the brain is the writer of it, you accept the brain as your director. Doing that the body is free to take care of itself as it is made to do. But you help it, of course, when the brain instructs you to brush its teeth, for example.

You do not, however, try to set the body in balance. The biological system automatically keeps the body in balance when you do not interfere. Nor do you try to connect the body with spiritual powers. The body only wants to be connected with the thing that makes you experience it to be physical, namely the brain. Everything else confuses it. Also your attempts to make it more perfect or pure through fitness and yoga.

The attempts to project your ideas of perfection onto the body come from your misperception of the experiences produced by the brain that otherwise would have helped you to keep the body healthy.

These misperceptions may cause you to think you must get rid of orange peel, obtain six-packs and other things that go against the natural order of the body. You can, therefore, make it easier for the body – and thus you as you believe in residing there – by not projecting thoughts onto the body but keep them in the mental sphere where they belong. Doing that you keep the physical and psychological reality separated so they each can function on their own terms. As the biological system, therefore, is free from your tyranny, it can do what it is made to, namely to take care of bodily and not mental stuff.

This acknowledgement of the physical and mental reality as separate systems is also very helpful in regards to departing the tale of being someone substantial in a tangible world since that is the end of anything tangible. In other words, by keeping the physical and mental reality separated, your time in the tale of a tangible world feels better, and you can leave it without clinging onto the body.

In a world defined by time and space, everything travels in time. It takes, for example, eight minutes for the light of the sun to reach the Earth. Likewise, when the body has been set free, it takes time to register it.

Nothing seems like a lot, when there is no need to be and have anything, as before there appeared to be something, there was nothing.

Thus the reflex to stop the natural flow so you can be in control may still prevail. But if you acknowledge you are mistaken doing that, you set the biological system free to decide for you, and it always chooses what is best for everybody, because that is what you are since the experience of others is a fiction made in your brain.

If pain in the mind is not denied the words that seems to cause the pain cannot hurt, but words projected onto the body – your own or somebody else´s – seems to be able to hurt and confirm the believe, that you are a person to be defined by time and space.

PART 2:
It is in the mental and/or emotional sphere that you perceive yourself to be someone definitive in a body defined by time and space. But as that which is you is formless, and therefore without beginning and end, it is painful to be reduced to someone with a beginning and an end in a world by time and space.

Yet it is the pain, that makes you appear to be someone in a material world. When you pinch yourself to discover whether you are dreaming or not, it is the experience of pain that makes you feel alive as someone definitive in a world by time and space.

Since feeling alive, therefore, is bracket together with being in pain, you need to suffer. And since your sole existence as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is based on the denial of the formlessness of oneness, denial is also what you resort to in making the pain bearable. You simply turn down the worst part of it, namely the psychological pain, by hiding it in the body, which as a side effect appears to be more real when the suppressed pain sooner or later causes physical discomfort.

Having established yourself and like-minded as good and others as bad, you live in constant fear of attack from those you judged to be evil. Hence you turn the body into a weapon of defence or attack by either keeping your shoulders deadlocked in a backwards or forward position (respectively the attack and the defence attitude). Since the muscles, therefore, become inflexible and eventually start to ache, you have actually used the body to attack yourself.

A way to to keep unwanted feelings hidden inside the body is to hold the mouth closed, so no evil feelings slip out. But you cannot selectively exclude one kind of feeling. The exclusion of one feeling rubs off on the others, so the more a feeling is denied from your awareness by hiding it in the body, the number it becomes and the less alive you feel. At that point, you have forgotten that the pain in the body has been caused by yourself, and you blame something in the world for your discomfort. Your body, therefore, becomes a weapon of defence or attack against the world. To effectuate this, you keep the shoulders pushed forward into a position of defence or pushed back into a place of constant readiness to attack.

The tightened body makes you feel safer and thus to be in control. Especially if you also push one or both shoulders upwards to further tighten the area and thus prevent the feelings of the body from passing the blockage, so the brain, cannot process them but you mentally can explain and thus escape the feeling of them.

This rational explanation of your feelings seems less frightening than to actually feel them. Most either suppress the incoming flow of feelings to the brain or the outcoming flow of the processed feelings from the brain. In general, woman does not prevent the incoming flow of feelings from being processed by the brain, but instead, they prevent the processed feeling from being expressed by making up a mental story where they have the power to choose to what, when and how much they want to express, and thereby being able to manipulate somebody into serving them.

Men, generally, do the same as a woman and for the same purpose, but in the case of men, it is instead the incoming flow of feelings they prevent from being processed by the brain. But whether it is the incoming or outcoming flow of feelings that are held back, the resulting blockage in the shoulders or neck shortens and/or extends the muscles, so the natural balance in the body is destroyed.

There are many ideas of how to restore the balance of the body, but as the cause of the imbalance is not there but in the mental sphere, all they accomplish is that the symptoms in the body are moved or momentarily relieved. To solve the problem, it must be faced where it is made, namely in the mental and/or emotional sphere where there is a sense of not being good enough as you are.

Not feeling loved as you are is a misunderstanding based on the perception that you are something else than the brain has created you to be.

The only thing that will heal the pain in the mental sphere is the undoing of the sick belief that you are someone definitive. This healing, however, most want to avoid, as it results in being nothing. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

And as there also is a nagging feeling of being nothing, you wonder how you can ever be loved? Because you are nothing. Only that which is not real can be loved because it takes more than one to love or be loved, and reality is that which is one. So just like you love to hear music coming out of the speakers, although it is not real, the brain loves you as if you are something, although it has made from out of nothing. Read more about that in hack #4.2 The basic self versus the special one.

Perceiving to be rejected or misunderstood is often a way to justify being depressed or angry and thus to suppress that it is your choice to be so. This is not to say that you should stop that or anything else but that if everything is perceived as it is what it is*, you have nothing to be depressed or angry about.

You will not feel loved, though, if you keep on filtering the feelings you receive and/or release to make it look like you get what you expect, for example disappointment for being let you down. If not filtering what you get and/or give and perceiving that as it is what it is*, to be abandoned feels just as entertaining as to be supported. Since no feeling, therefore, needs to be escaped, you do not feel stressed but relaxed, regardless of what you get and/or give.

This does not mean that common sense should be set apart. You may find its best not to express your deepest feelings to your boss. But just like you keep wearing a big sweater in the wintertime even though you feel like wearing something lighter, there is no need to suppress the light feeling.

Nor should common sense be set aside in regards to the damage that has been caused in the body by the suppressed feelings. Apart from feeling them, you most likely need to stretch the shortened muscles in the body, energising them by doing Nordic Walking, or softening with far-infrared heating pads, for example from UTK. The latter also makes it easier to be with feelings as they are. To make sure there are no serious problems with internal organs, you may have to consult a qualified physician. It is not likely that the physical symptoms caused by suppressed thoughts and feelings will ever be entirely fixed, but since these thoughts and feelings can be brought to light, their leftover physical effect is perceived like the basic self would do, namely that it is what it is.*

Should you, by the way, have distanced yourself so much from the thoughts and feelings you cut off from the awareness in the past and, therefore, cannot bring them back to the mental and/or emotional sphere where they are made, you can, instead, bring them back in one trunk by feeling the discomfort of the strained parts in the body that the suppression of them have caused.

Doing that without justifying the displeasure in the mental and/or emotional sphere with something, nor yourself, it will eventually be replaced by pleasure. Until then, however, you will probably feel that this is the end of you. No worries. The only thing that ends is the special image of yourself that you have worked so hard to keep together.

Facing the sum of mental and/or emotional discomfort in the above way is, of course, much quicker than facing one thought or feeling after the other. Even faster, though, is the enlightenment of that which is one because it erases all experiences, also that of being someone. The other duality hacks do the same but over time. Thus you can enjoy the belief in being someone definitive while slowly but surely having it undone. Hack #5.2 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing gives you a taste of how it is to be indifferent to this belief by bringing you into a state of not-knowing and shortly afterwards return you to the consciousness of being someone definitive, but with the memory of that being nothing, so you experience to be in the world but not of it.

This is until that memory takes over completely, so you no more seem to be somebody who can hide there is nothing but the formlessness of oneness. See hack #5.3 ´The empty breath´ and the bliss of not believing to be someone.

To be a basic self is to be good enough [DRAFT]

Thanks for passing by. This article is in its very first stages of being written. Alexius is in the process of exploring what to say and how to to do it. You may, therefore, be better off reading another article.

PART 1
The mood you like and perceive to reflect who you are, have been materialised in the body, or rather in the feelings of it, so it can be recalled when sadness seems to come your way. Since you have done the same with emotions, you do not like, but with the purpose of forever hiding them in particular parts of the body, those parts may seem to disturb your favourite mood. That is unless you discard the link you have made between physical and psychological feelings and are willing to be in the emptiness that arises from not your own conditioning to feel something specific. It may seem scary at first, but as you are in a void, there is nothing to link it to. Thus you realise, when there is not something specific, there is not something to cause problems. Thus you are in the bliss of nothing.

Applying the duality hacks, your conditioned expectations to what you should feel are undone, so you can be in the bliss of nothing.

That being said, just like a pencil needs an eraser to undo its scribblings, you need a duality hack to cancel the link you have made between physical and psychological feelings. This could, for example, be the empty breath.** It is not something but nothing, so that is what it sees. In other words, your link is not acknowledged as something, neither is whatever it links, so you are in the bliss of nothing. When you react to something, it is not due to what others do or say but how you have conditioned yourself by linking physical and psychological feelings. It is, therefore, not what they say or do you want to go away but how it triggers the pain of this link in you.

When the body is not used to materialise the feelings that you believe establish what you want to be and to hide those feelings not supporting that, it is free from your dictatorship and so are you because then the body is not an instrument for conditioning anymore.

Having conditioned yourself to feel something specific in case of specific events, so the perception of yourself as special is upheld, you always are on the lookout for specific reactions in the body that can confirm this.

This automatically happens when connecting with the empty breath** (or applying one or more of the other duality hacks) because the state of not-knowing that this entails wipes the slate clean, so you return to the conscious experience of being someone as the basic self.* Since the script of the brain cannot be changed – only the perception of it – this does not mean you are free to do what you want, but you are free to perceive the script as it is instead of compulsively making up perceptions that seem to change it to something you have conditioned yourself to believe is better.

Being in sync with the script, you do not try to become happy from being and having something special because you are continuously injected with shots of happiness by the brain for supporting it.

As everything seems the same when being happy, there is no diversity from which you can choose something to be more exciting than something else, and thus no hope of something better to come. You may, therefore, find being in a constant state of happiness to be boring and choose to improve the basic self by making a perception of it in which you seem to be the centre of exciting things as a special self.

This is the end of happiness because now that depends on being and having something special, and it never lasts. But also because the special self is founded on the idea that there must be something better. So no matter what it achieves in being and having, it is never good enough. There must be something better.

Fortunately, the frustration of never finding something better can, if unedited, ignite a take-off to the empty breath,** so you again have the slate wiped clean and return to the conscious experience of being someone definitive as the basic self and thus are injected with shots of happiness. Eventually, you are so happy that there is no more to ask for. Hence the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one is undone.

Since that is the whole purpose of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings and since being conditioned or not requires more than one, it really does not matter what you are, nor if you are tense or not. Yet it may matter in the process of having the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one is undone. Without conditioning and a tense body, the process of it is so much more fun. Fortunately, you can have your cake and eat too. You can keep any conditioning if you perceive it as it is what it is* because then its built-in expectation of a particular outcome is undone, so you are happy no matter what that is or if you are tense or not.

So not need to make it your new purpose to become free of conditioning and tensions or anything else, for that matter. Rather stick to the undoing of the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one because there is no conditionings or anything else to get rid as that takes more than one.

INTERLUDE
When you suppress the feelings you perceive to be wrong, the ones seen to be right are excluded as well because, in a world of duality, everything comes in pairs. Since you always look for approval, you do not suppress that. But since it is paired with shame, you cannot help but feel the embarrassment of being an oppressor.

To distance yourself from this feeling, you project it partially on others, your father or boss, for example. But doing so, their approval only seems to be partial. Thus you feel, you are not good enough. If, however, perceiving that as it is what is, it does not result in feeling inadequate. Thus the need to blame somebody for putting you down is gone.

The more you exclude/suppress, the more inadequate you feel. Unfortunately, you probably conclude that to resolve that, you need to eliminate even more. And on it goes, until you are so restricted by your editing of yourself and others that the built-up frustrations ignite a take-off to the empty breath.** It wipes the slate clean, so you perceive everything as it is what it is,* and thus are equally entertained by so-called bad things as good ones.

PART 2
Should the body seems to get better when you feel connected with the empty breath,** it is not due to that – at least not directly – because it does not know of something that needs improvement. Indirectly though it is due to the empty breath.** In its presence, you are not in your default mode of doing something about something, so the body is not disturbed by the perception that you are the master of it.

That the condition of the body is linked to what you think, is like assuming there is a connection between you and the world in a movie you are watching. This connection is entirely imaginative. The world in the film is unaffected by the thoughts or feelings you appear to have about it, and it is self-deception when you imagine it has caused them. The movie does not have such powers.

In other words, if you perceive that pain or sickness in the body has been caused by the mind, the soul or something else not physical, it is an idea you project on the body. And this idea can only he corrected where it was conceived, namely in the mental sphere.

Trying to correct it in the body is frustrating because the problem is not there, although it may be felt to be there and there may seem to to be symptoms of it in the body. Unfortunately, this is generally perceived as proof of a connection between the body and mind and/or soul instead of a warning against believing there is such connection.

Fortunately, the empty breath** is indifferent to whatever you seem to think or feel, and so are you when connected with it. This does not mean it fixes the body, but that it liberates it from the sick ideas you have forced upon it so that the biological system can take care of the body without your interference but maybe with a little help of qualified health care professional. Hence you can correct your ideas where you made them. If you are used to projecting them onto the body, you may, however, have a hard time figuring out what is what. No worries. Joining the empty breath** you see everything experienced as it does, namely as nothing.

PART 3:
Sometimes a doctor may check the function of a body by knocking on special points to see if the involuntary movements – also called reflexes – works. But, actually, everything you appear to do in the world where there seems to be more than one is involuntary movements. That is unless you work very hard to make a perception of them so what and where you appear to be looks like it is your choice.

To make the formlessness of that which is you appear as if it is someone special is not easy. It takes many years of going to school plus many special lessons to learn how to exclude what you judge not to be special.

An image of you as someone special is fabricated by postulating automatic reflexes to be of your own choice and suppressing the experience of the natural reflexes not fitting into the image of you, that you want the world to see.

In order to fabricate this perception, the behaviour of automatic reflexes is translating into something, that seems to be an autonomously choice of someone specific. And by learning how to suppress the reflexes, that do not fit into this image of being unique and independent, you become a person who seems to do everything by its own choice, while those judged to be outside of you seem to be doing things against or in favour of you by their choice.

Undoing the belief in being someone special is like taking a step into the unknown – but as life cannot be known, that is exactly where you will find it.

The specific appearance of you that like a puzzle has been put together through trials and error is believed to be separated from what you have decided not to be and thus perceive to be outside of you so that it seems the world consists of you and different individuals living an autonomous life.

When this is believed to be a game that you are playing, it is easy to play along, but when believed to be real, it is hard work, because you always have to suppress the natural flow in order to appear as someone living your own special life at your own pace.

It is so much easier just to go with the flow of the natural reflexes. It also feels so much better, because going with the flow you feel fulfilled, and so you do not need to be someone special. Being nobody is great, because then there is not somebody else – and that is so peaceful.

APPENDIX
The special self does not know its psychological emotions, only what it is supposed to experience if somebody is too late for an appointment, for example, or something else that is bad according to its theories of right and wrong. But this, it does not feel either because. The disappointment or rejection is suppressed in an explanation of being unjustly treated.

Anything explainable is mental and thus not an emotion.

The moment the special self stops justifying these made-up feelings, they are exposed to be as fake as how special you believe to be. Nothing in the script of the brain is about justice, and you cannot be anything else than planned by the brain. Its whole design is about entertainment, and perceiving every feeling as it is what it is,* that is what what you get.

Hence there is no need to avoid giving or receiving emotions to make the world appear as if it is going to be in accordance with the theories you have of a better world. That is why all feelings, though experienced to be different from each other, are perceived to be neutral. So, just like getting wet in the rain does not change what you are, nor does getting angry or glad.

For years there has been an unhealthy idea about uniting body, mind and soul with you as the master of the combination. This approach has done much harm to the body. First of all, you are not the master of any appearance, whether material, immaterial or spiritual – only the perception of it. Secondly, the body is a physical unit built to deal with physical matters and not mental, emotional or metaphysical ones. Just like the digital media where you are reading this is made to deal with the digital world and not the physical one.

In other words, you cannot combine anything immaterial with the body. You can, however, combine an immaterial feeling with a material one and perceive the combination to be physical. This is, actually, how you exclude what you do not like about yourself from your awareness so you can appear to be more important. Your psychological problem is combined with how you feel a vulnerable part of the body, so it seems to be hidden in the darkness of it.

The vulnerable part of the body feels unfordable with this combo because it does not understand the psychological part of it. Actually, it considers it to be an intruder, so it starts to fight it. But since it does not know where it is, it shoots off here and there. Thus you end up with psychosomatic disorders that cannot be healed before the psychological issues are removed from the physical ones, and they can be dealt with on each their own term.

This removal of the psychological part of the pain experienced to come from the vulnerable part of the body occurs naturally when you are willing to feel the psychological problem where it was made, namely in the immaterial sphere, without analysing or editing it. Practically speaking, it is done by feeling the pain where it seems to come from in the body, but not perceiving it to be physical but that it is what it is.*

This may seem at first as if you are going insane or being tortured. No worries, as long as you feel it as it is and do not prevent yourself from crying or screaming, for example, by hiding it in the body again, no feeling will remain for long because, unless they are perceived to be in the body, their nature is to pass on.

The body that has been set free from the apparent attack of immaterial issues starts to breathe freely and thus to heal its physical problem just like it was made to do. Should it need assistance from a health care professional, it will let you know.

The body, like everything else experienced, is a construction of thoughts. Nevertheless, it has been made to interact with structures that, just like itself, appear to be material. That is why it interprets attempts to integrate it with non-physical feelings and ideas of spirituality as an attack, it has to defend itself against.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

What we perceive to be the weaknesses of our personality is projected onto the way we feel apparently vulnerable parts of the body, for example the stomach. As our perceived flaws, therefore, are excluded from the consciousness of what we are, we seem to have improved ourselves.

Later, when there is a problem in the stomach caused by a physical irregularity, you associate how you feel it with the old sense of something wrong in your personality that you once disassociated yourself from by projecting it there. Since this combination seems to establish something immaterial has caused a material problem, you conclude the psychological and physical domain is connected.

But there is no connection. The problem in the stomach is physical, and the perceived obstacle in the personality is psychological. They do not blend except in fantasy. In other words, just like the physical gifts you thought you got from Santa Claus when you were a child did not come from him, nothing in a body is caused by emotional or psychological states.

To believe that is as crazy as to believe it is not possible for an old man to fly in the sky on a sleigh driven by reindeers and crawl down the chimney with presents to all the good children in the world. The sledge is too heavy to ever set off. Even if it did, the old man is too fat to crawl down the chimneys, and he would never be able to crawl down them all in one night.

You will never find anything physical in the digital world. It is solely digital. Likewise, you will never find something physical in the psychological sphere or vice versa. That is why the concept of a body-mind connection is a scam.

When the digital world is combined with the physical one, the fusion may be experienced as if it is physical when you have a virtual reality headset mounted on the head. But it is an illusion.

The excitement of a movie may seem to be felt in the body. But your body does not see the film, which has no power to do anything to the body. The reason it seems to react is that what you feel is judged to be so intense that if you go with it, you lose control. Thus you try to hide the psychological excitement in a physical feeling. That is why the body is experienced to react. It does not respond to the movie though but to your attempt of mixing it with something non-physical, which it sees as an attack on its integrity. Thus it defends itself by tightening the body, for example, until you stop using it as a means to get rid of something undesirable.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Imagining that the body is a product of how you perceive the world or of something spiritual is like thinking, there is a connection between the body and the clothes that follow it where it goes. The clothes have no love or anything else to give the body and vice versa. The clothes and the body are not communicating with each other at all.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

To think that you can hide unpleasant feelings in the body is like thinking, you can hide them in a wall. Emotions are immaterial, so it is not possible to bury them in something that is material. It is, however, possible to believe this can be done. And if you do that, you will look at the body or wall as if there are hidden problems in it, even though they consist of nothing but material elements and the hidden issues are in your perception of them.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The special self is built on combining the psychological feelings that it judges to be negative with physical ones so that this combo hides them from its awareness and it, therefore, appears to be a positive person. To prevent concealed feelings from surfacing and thus destroying this image, it never allows itself to relax unless in a structured way. The basic self, on the other hand, has nothing to uphold and hence no need to keep specific psychological feelings at a distance by hiding them in physical ones. Consequently, relaxing happens naturally.

This does not mean that the basic self never explodes of anger, but, contrary to the special self, it does not attempt to hide this feeling amongst physical ones, nor does its rage trigger suppressed anger from the past. There is nothing to trigger because everything is perceived as it is what it is.* For the same reason, the present anger is another fleeting emotion that seems as entertaining as any other feeling produced by the brain.

That being said, the basic self is not perfect so there may have been something, it has forgotten to perceive as it is what it is* and instead perceived in a specific way it felt a need to hide. No problem. It is never too late in perceiving something as it is what it is,* so when the hidden feeling shows its face, this is how it is perceived.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

If emotions buried in the stomach are about to surface, it may seem to be so scary that we prevent them from coming up by throwing up disgusting stuff from the stomach instead, or simply disguise them in a feeling of nauseousness. We may even choose to die rather than feeling the suppressed, although that is not what we fear anymore. What frightens us is the fear itself.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Alexius is not spiritual because it takes more than one to be something and spirituality is that which is one. For the same reason, he is not at one with anything. There are physical and psychological feelings plus a feeling of emptiness, which is pure bliss (see hack #5.3 ´The empty breath´ and the bliss of not believing to be someone. But there are no spiritual feelings because spirituality is that which is one, and it takes more than one to feel something. Since oneness is formless and therefore endless, there are no feelings at all, unless you believe it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are written within the context of that belief in which hack #4.3 To be a basic self is to be good enough takes a closer look at the combination of physical and psychological feelings. That combo brings about a psychosomatic disorder, which feels as if being in a cage made of grievances, fear and anxiety as long as it is kept together. But when broken, physical and psychological feelings in each their own way results in joy.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Although you feel rejected by somebody, there is no reason the body should not feel good. Nor is there any reason you should not feel good if the body suffers from a broken leg, for example. That is if you do not mix a psychological problem with a physical one. Doing so is a level of confusion, that you can correct by acknowledging the nature of the psychological and physical problems is different and that they, therefore, must be dealt with on each their own term.

Should it seems too complicated to untangle a combo you have made of psychological and physical issues, you simply perceive it as it what it is. Since the elements of the combo, therefore, has no specific effect on you and since there is no cause without an effect, the combo is empty.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You want to believe that you can see what somebody thinks or feels in its facial expression. The body, however, is solely material and so is what it reflects. Thus seeing immaterial thoughts and feelings in the face is make-believe.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

If you pinch yourself in the arm, for example, you feel something physical. Concluding this means you are alive, you combine the physical sensation with a mental statement to make it tangible and thus as proof of your existence. But that which is real needs not to be validated. Actually, its existence cannot be proved because it is that which is one, and it takes more than one to authenticate anything. In other words, when something can be verified, it is not real. That is why there is a need to prove it is real.

It does not rain because you feel sad, nor does the rain has the power to make you feel bad. That is unless you choose to perceive such a course and effect. When you see a scary movie, it is experienced to be real because it is like the fear manifests in the body. The film, however, does not have the ability to scare you and what you feel in the body is purely physical. It is not caused by the frightening events in the movie but your perception of them. You only seem to be scared because that is what you are conditioned to feel when seeing certain things. And to make it real that you feel afraid, you project the idea on a body part, that already is tense and seems to get tenser when you give it your attention. Thus it feels as if the movie makes you scared.

Sometimes, it goes the other way around. You have a stomach ache, but it does not make you special to have that. So you imagine, it is caused by something psychological. Unfortunately, this combination results in a psychosomatic disorder that is incurable, especially because the psychological part of it most likely is made up, so in regards to that there is nothing to heal but the belief that there is someone who can be conditioned to feel this.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

A psychological feeling, good or bad, is established to have a physical effect by finding a part of the body where a physical sensation is experienced as similar and thus as if it is connected with the psychological feeling. Thus a specific physical feeling in the chest, for example, establishes a particular psychological feeling, maybe heartache, as physical.

This combo, however, that is built on a fantasy about being an individual who is a whole being, will sooner or later become displeasing because the psychological sphere and the physical domain is not compatible. Thus it sooner or later makes you feel incomplete, which you block from your awareness as a feeling of yours by projecting it on somebody else.

The combo, however, remains in the darkness of the awareness as a diffuse sense of something strange which every now and then bring about a feeling of heartache that triggers a sensation in the chest in which there seem to be a feeling of being incomplete as well. Consulting a doctor for the pain in the breast does not help because physically speaking there is nothing wrong.

Since the distress is purely psychological, it must be withdrawn from the chest and returned to the psychological sphere. This does not mean, that there you must deal with your heartache. Nothing needs to be done than to perceive the unedited experience of it as it is what it is. When not perceived as something specific, crying is just as beautiful to experience as anything else.

Being in sync with the script of the brain or not [draft]

The self, the consciousness, the brain and that which is one

The brain cannot force the consciousness it implemented into the self that it created to acknowledge the experiences the brain continuously fabricates of a tangible world. But if the self does not endorse them, there is not something to confirm it exists as someone substantial in a tangible world (read more about that here).

If appearing as someone substantial in a tangible world does not seem appealing to the self, it should not pay attention to the stream of thoughts the brain makes to simulate the existence of such a world. Nor should it try to stop or change the constant stream, but sense to the emptiness from where the brain seems to have created it.

This, however, is not possible to do while experiencing to be something. But as the experience of something is made by the brain, and as it takes one second to do that (read more about that here), you can sense the unprocessed version of any experience of something at the beginning of that second (read more about that here), and thus remain in the bliss of not-knowing (read more about that here) what and where the brain makes you experience to be one second later.

You cannot continue in this state of not-knowing* for more than 20 minutes, 45 at most. See the hack 20 minutes, 45 at most in Extra Duality Hacks. After that, you must again acknowledge that you are someone substantial by perceiving the experiences rendered by the brain from out of nothing to be something because otherwise, the brain falls into a coma, and you disappear in the nothingness from where you were conceived. Thus there is nobody to experience nothing to be something anymore.

If the case of the latter, you see, hear, feel and taste glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one until there is no perception of time and space and thus no glimpses but either one light, sound, feeling or taste. You will not notice this, because it takes more than than one to be aware of something. For the same reason, there is nobody to know that somebody once believed to be a world defined by time and space.

As there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless, and as it takes more than one to experience something, the experience of being someone who sees this image is an illusion. And so is, of course, the experience of this article or anything else regardless it seems to be spiritual or mundane. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

In other words, since it takes more than one to exist, what you believe to exist is gone, and it was never there. And as this includes the believer, there is nobody to experience the light, sound, feeling or taste of oneness. Nor that the nothingness of you gracefully falls through a boundless black hole until there is no hole or anything else appearing to hide that which always has been and always will remain, namely the formlessness of oneness.

The above explanation should not be taken too literally, as doing so you remain in the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Having this belief undone just requires to admit that you do not have the willingness for this because by doing so, you acknowledge that being and having more than that which is one is make-believe. Thus the journey without distance to that which is one has begun.

To make long short, the enlightenment of that which is one abruptly terminates all experiences and thus the one appearing to have them. Applying the other duality hacks, it is a process over time, which they help you to enjoy – especially the hack you read, hack #4.2 The basic self versus the special one. So, for now, we go on as if we are somebody in a world where there seems to be more than one, and we explore how our experience of being there can be a happy one.

The fear of being nobody makes you dependent on the brain

Although the basic self feels free to follow the brain and the special self feels free from it, none of them is free. If not for the brain, it is not possible to appear as if you are somebody. Thus the freedom of the special self is pure speculation built on the perception that its experiences are coming from the heart, higher consciousness or whatnot, although all experiences are processed by the brain.

So in each their one way, the basic and special self needs the brain. Without it, they are nobody, and since this is so frightening that they rather die than acknowledging their non-existence,** they are equally dependent on the brain to be ratified as somebody. The basic self does not hide this and proudly follows the brain. The special self, on the other hand, denies this and always oppose the brain. Yet what you fight, you need.

Just like the tricks of a magician are laid bare, the more you watch them, the experiences of the brain are exposed as nothing twisted into something, the more you follow the brain. Hence the basic self sooner or later realises that the appearance as someone in a tangible world is a deception.

Having fully realised that it does not appear to be someone anymore. Consequently, there is nobody to recognise that this or any other realisation is an illusion because there is nobody to know anything since that takes more than one and there is no more than that which is one.

Relating to the script of the brain

The special self is so removed from its basic being that it needs to be grounded or be transformed into a higher self (read more about being grounded here). But the basic self has no such needs. It does not search for anything but relates to the thoughts coming from the brain as they are, so it always is in sync with the present experience processed by the brain.

Relating to the thoughts of the brain does not mean you must be in agreement with them to feel good. As long as your reaction refers to the thoughts of the brain, you will feel entertained whether you seem to be angry or calm.

Nor does relating to the thoughts of the brain make your life more consistent. Maybe you get an impulse to read this article in the middle of doing the dishes, and so you do, regardless of being the basic or special self, because the brain is in charge no matter what you believe to be. It is not in charge of how you perceive this interruption and thus, how you respond to it.

The special self does relate to the present experience produced by the brain but how it had expected it to be. Thus it feels fragmented.

As the special self feels incomplete, the apparent inconsistency in its experience triggers that, so it perceives it to be wrong and thus responds in a neurotic way. It blames the brain for this and tries to exclude what it perceives to get from it and only include what it judges to come from from the heart, for example. But all experiences are processed by the brain, and it is not possible to eliminate any part, except in one´s perception of them.

The basic self, on the other hand, perceives the apparent disturbance as an integrated part of the day´s entertainment. That is if it perceives any disruption at all. Most likely not, because the basic self feels fulfilled, so it has no need to perceive anything as incomplete.

Being in sync with the script of the brain or not

If you perceive the sun to go up and down, your perception is out of sync with the script of the brain because the sun is not going up and down. It is what and where you believe to be, that is going up and down. See also The sun never goes up and down – it is a deception.

If your perception is in sync with the speed of the Earth and thus of you moving with it in that speed, you feel calm inside while racing outside.

As your perception, therefore, is not coordinated with what is going on, namely that your feet is spinning at around 1.000 miles an hour, while the entire planet is hurtling around the sun at 67.000 miles an hour. Hence you will not feel the thrill of moving at such a high rate but the depression coming from a static perception founded on unstable thoughts.

This stagnant perception, which is the one society supports, is meant to make you think that fulfilment does not come from not resonating with the present movement as it is but with a slowed-down version of it that gives you time to make a perception of yourself where you look powerful, humble, balanced, active or whatever you reckon will make appear more impressive.

Feeling the pulsation of the moment, however, there is no time to make up a perception where you seem to be important, nor is there any need to do that because the body shivers with ecstasy as if it is has been shaken by an earthquake of tenderness.

In the case of Alexius he sometimes feels that it like listening to the Ukrainian pianist Lubomyr Melnyk playing extremely rapid, intricate patterns of notes, which produce overtones so trance-inducing, that a cascade sound of purity makes you forget, it is ignited by the speed and complexity underneath it. Read more about that here.

There is no right way to perceive the complexity of a moment. But as long as the perception relates to it and not an edited and simplified version of it, every perception will make you feel good. So good, indeed, that the inherent speed of it may bring about glimpses of enlightenment (read about glimpses of enlightenment here).

The special self may claim that it wants this, but that is a lie. It fears it because speed prevents it from being in control and to thus to shape its appearance. That is why it meditates or something else to slow things down so that it has the time to consume static stuff like books and clothes and become wiser and more beautiful in the future, which it imagines will make it more loved.

To appear as if you are in a world of something but not of it and thus in the bliss of nothing, you can neither be in or out of sync with the script of the brain because both ways ratify that you are in its world of something as well as of it. So unlike the basic self who basically says »It is what it is« and the special self who says »I know what it is,« you say »Dunno what it is.«

Perceiving the script as it is what it is, you can count on always being in sync with it and thus to feel entertained. Besides, you are not that far from the perception, dunno what it is, which connects you with the empty breath* and its the bliss of nothing instead of the brains entertainment of something.

When saying so, you are not ratifying the world of the brain to be something. Since you, therefore, move back the second in linear time it has taken the brain to twist the nothing into the present experience of something (read more about that here), you are in the perceived gap between nothing and oneness but without the awareness of being someone in a world of something, so even though you still appear to be someone in such a world, you do not perceive yourself to be anybody in particular or the world where you appear to be as something. As you, therefore, get the bliss of nothing, there is no reason to look for the happiness of something (read more about that here).

Notes about nothing

  • To make nothing appear as if it is something, the brain constructs a self with a built-in consciousness which through its perception of the experiences the brain continuously fabricates confirms that they are something and thus also the one who appears to have the experiences (read more about that here).
  • No matter how you experience the appearances on a computer screen and where you believe the experience to come from, what you experience to be, there is not there. Every part of it is an illusion generated by the computer, and it only seems to be real if you want to perceive that it is.

Everything takes more than one, when you believe there is more than one

It takes two to define a person in the world.

PART 1:
It takes two to become enlightened. »When your eyes become single your whole body shall be full of light«, Jesus said. And it takes two to appear as someone in a world, where there seems to be more than one.

It takes two to make a difference. Both the positive pole and the negative one is needed to produce electricity.

It takes two to see, that differences do not make a difference.

Everything in a world, where there seems to be more than one. requires the involvement of at least two appearances. You cannot appear to be someone without being defined by someone appearing to be different, and there cannot be a world without someone to define it.

In reality, there is no more than that which is one, but as the world where you appear to be is based on the idea that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, to come back to reality you have to start off as if you are more than one.

The person you appear to be in the world cannot be in the virtual world of a game like Super Mario, so to participate in it you pretend to be there. That, however, does not make the virtual world – or your appearance there – real. On the contrary, what and where you pretend to be you are not.

In the same manner, nothing can make the oneness of that which is you real in a world where there seems to be more than one. That which is you is not ´there´. It is something you pretend and no matter how good you are at it and whatever you pretend to be it is not real – this includes pretending to be spiritual, Buddha and whatnot.

No words like higher, realised and spiritual, that seem to value you as someone more evolved and better than others, will make you into anything else than what you already is in the world where there seems to be more than one, namely an illusion.

If you pretend to be a black car in the world of Monopoly, what you pretend to be is an illusion regardless you go to prison, own many houses or not. There may be many changes in a game, but it does not change, that you are not there. You only appear to be there. Neither does anything change if you pretend to be the white car instead.

To bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, when appearing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, you must overlook the differences of its appearances. Not by perceiving them as one. On the contrary. Separation – and not oneness – is the nature of the world.

So if you see them one by one without focusing on anyone, in particular, their apparent differences make no difference, and as they become the same so do your two eyes and as one eye they fill your whole body with light.

This is a poetic description of the enlightenment of that which is one. Practically speaking it may be more correct to say, that when differences make no difference you do not need the function of two eyes, which is to make the world dimensional. One eye – often referred to as the third eye and energetically speaking located on top of the eyebrows in between the two eyes – is enough for the enlightenment of that which is one, because oneness has no dimensions.

In other words, the enlightenment of that which is one is not possible with two eyes. They must be closed so that the dimensional world experienced with the external senses is not seen. Well, it is not so much the eyes that must be closed, but your attention towards the world they seem to see.

In the enlightenment of that which is one, there is literally nothing to see. If there is, you have not been blinded the brightness of the enlightenment of that which is one, but fenced it off so all what you get is glimpses of it, which often is confused with the enlightenment of that which is one.

Many so-called spiritual teachers claim, that there is a real you to be revealed, when you get rid of the ego. But as it requires more than one to get rid of something, and as there is no more than that which is one, getting rid of anything is an illusion.

Most of those, who talk about enlightenment does not know what it is. They are just as eager as everybody else in the world of the outer senses to be acknowledged as someone definitive, so even though the only cause of suffering is the belief in being someone definitive, their teachings are not about undoing this belief, but getting rid of the ego, the past, the future and whatnot.

The world of the outer senses consist of one percent energy and 99 per cent empty space. In other words, there is nobody there.

It is very beautiful with the light of the sun coming through the clouds, but it has nothing to do with enlightenment. It is just another sight in the world, that is just as virtual as the so-called egoless states the gurus and their followers are dreaming about.

They tell you, that your suffering will stop when their teachings have transformed you into someone better and more spiritual. But as being transformed requires more than one, it enhances the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one instead of undoing it.

Gurus are no different from you, though they like to show off as if they have a higher consciousness. But to have something requires more than one – and there is no more than that which is one.

The idea that enlightenment results in you being wiser, at one with everything, without thoughts or detached from them is solely speculative – an idle hope that the fabrication of such a super person based on the illusion of being someone specific will prove that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

The enlightenment of that which is one does not result in anything. Least of all being at one with everything because in reality there is no more than that which is one and therefore nothing to be at one with. Besides results are of a world experienced by the senses and the enlightenment of that which is one is not. It cannot be sensed, as reality is that which is one and it takes more than one to sense something.

The visual aspect of enlightenment of that which is one can be compared to closing all apps on a computer including the one simulating the desktop. Without the appearance of a desktop, there is nothing to hide the light, that is used to simulate a world on the screen.

The aspect of enlightenment of that which is one, that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises, can be compared to the humming from the fan or the engine in a computer. You can hear this vibration all the time – especially if you do not look at the screen or listen to the sounds of the world simulated by the computer.

Though the light behind the desktop and the distant humming are the means for fabricating a simulated reality on the computer screen, they are not part of this simulated world, so if you want to see or hear what is powering the world that appears on the screen, you must do what is needed to stop that world.

This is a metaphor to say that you have to undo the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one in order not to hide the enlightenment of that which is one, that is already there.

PART 3:
The apparent power of the ego comes from the mutual agreement, that it is possible to be and have more than the formlessness of that which is one. But as any belief requires more than one and therefore enhances the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, believing to be on a spiritual path is to follow what one is supposed to escape, namely the ego.

Alexius is the non-teacher of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, but he is also its non student – and vice versa. No others are needed in order to undo of the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

Yet being and having more than that which is one is not possible, since oneness is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than that which is one. It seems, however, possible to believe that it is possible to be and have more than the formlessness of oneness and that you are someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. In order to hold this belief together, everybody must agree to it, because it only takes one to undo the belief that there is more than that which is one.

When believing to be someone definitive, you all the time need the experience of others. Whether they appear to be in an online, physical or astral world does not actually matter, because the experience of them is manufactured by the brain, that is conditioned in accordance with the belief, that you are someone definitive.

If you need time to process this, you consent to the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, because processing something as well as taking your time requires more than one. For the same reason, there is no support to get in undoing the belief, that there is more than that which is one.

PART 1:
Someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one has nothing to discuss, and no need to participate in any kind of communication!

For the unenlightened, there is much to discuss, and the feeling of being part of a special community is very important. The purpose of it is to make the world or a world beyond it appears as if it is real so that they also are confirmed as someone real. The more there is to discuss, the more the sense of unreality is buried.

The unenlightened assume, that they think and that what they consider to be their thoughts is a very important contribution to the world. Yet nobody is thinking anything. Just like radio is only transmitting the signals that are hitting it, a person is only transmitting the signals it seems to receive.

A person though, contrary to a radio, try to uphold itself as if it is someone special by giving the impression that what it broadcasts are opinions and feelings of its own. These ´personal´ opinions are used to manifest them as a person as with a self, but even though saints and psychologist in each their own way have searched for the self, nobody has found it, neither have they found god, soul, mind or ego. But based on endless speculations they conclude it must be there, and that consequently, they exist as individuals in a world defined by time and space.

Nowadays electronic media has become the means to feel alive. Many do not feel they have had breakfast before sharing it on Instagram – or they need to see how many steps their fitness tracker have registered, before they know what to feel.

On social media it is so easy to build a political correct and apparent popular personality. You simply delete those images and/or messages, that do not get enough likes. In this way you can control the image of you, so it appears likable, and as if you always do the right thing.

Scientists are not able to prove the existence of such a world. Actually, they tend to say it is not there, and that it is to be compared to a hologram – just like ancient scriptures say the world is an illusion or to be compared to a dream.

All these discussions about god, soul, mind, ego and the future of the world are so boring for someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, as there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one so these concepts are just as illusionary as any other. These endless speculations are to be compared to persons in a dream discussing, what and where they are as if they are somewhere. They are nowhere. They do not exist. Only the dreamer exist. Period.

PART 2:
It is very important to be visible for those, who want to be somebody important in a world defined by time and space. It is a must to be seen and see others, so that you can reinforce the belief, that you as someone definitive are part of a world where there seems to be more than one.

One who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one knows, there is no world, so the enlightened has no interest in being someone in particular. Actually, it feels so good to be nobody – transparent like the air – and to not focus on appearances, but that which makes it possible to experience something that is not there, as if it is.

Most have forgotten, a world, where there seems to be more than one, is a notion, a silly idea that cannot be realised, and so they try to connect to others by sharing the belief, that such a world is real and that they, therefore, have succeeded in being and having more than that which is one.

A world where there seems to be more than one is a twisted version of that which is one. In oneness, everything ´happens´ fast and simultaneously, so there is no way of distinguishing anything like in the world. That which is one can be compared to a movie that runs so fast, that there are no differences to see, whereas a world where there seems to be more than one can be compared to the same movie but shown in slow motion so that all the different frames makes it appear as if differences make a difference.

You could also compare the world to an extension of a computer dot. A computer dot looks like it is one round thing, but it consists of innumerable amounts of square pixels, that are so tight together, that they cannot be perceived as separated identities unless the dot is extended.

But it is not possible to extend that which is one, so experiencing different appearances in linear time is an illusion. Yet when you appear to be in this illusion everything seems to take time. The enlightened know that and therefore patiently wait to return to the reality of that which is one. As nothing in the illusion can be experienced without it, everything in the illusion is a symbol of it. In other words, every moment is perfect* – and so there is nothing to wait for.

A dream is not real and so there´s no one there. Neither is a a dream made by any one. What is not real cannot be made. It can only be dreamed.

PART 3:
Somebody who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one never waits, because such a person has nothing to hope for. Neither does such a person live in the now, as there is no life in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Consequently, such a person does not live in the world. Well, nobody lives ´there´. It only appears so – just like there appears to be somebody in a movie.

In the world – like in a movie – everything has an end. The unenlightened is therefore always afraid of loss and hoping for the end not to come or at least be postponed – and so ideas of god, heaven, reincarnation or anything else, that seem to extend the life of a person in the world are much cherished.

The way somebody who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one deal with the world can be compared to how a person participates in a game like Monopoly: It is not possible to be in the world Monopoly, but it is possible to pretend to be ´there´.

The unenlightened may ask, who is it, that is pretending to ´there´ – but somebody who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one would never ask such a question. There is no more than that which is one. Consequently, there is nobody pretending to be ´there´ – just like there is nobody pretending to be in a dream.

INTERLUDE:
The unenlightened likes to demonstrate specific knowledge of ancient scriptures and whatnot in order to prove there is something greater, that the unenlightened is a special part of. But one who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one has no need to be part of anything. There is no more than that which is one, so to be part of something is an illusion – as is to be or know anything at all.

When you see a movie, you forget it is not real, and you seem to go, where the movie takes you.

To have a quiet mind does not mean that there are no thoughts, but that you do not consider them to be yours – or anybody else´s for that matter. In other words, thoughts and feelings seem to be rushing through one who is compared to the enlightenment of that which is one just like in everybody else, but the enlightened does not follow them.

PART 4:
The unenlightened sees differences everywhere – so does one who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, but the latter does not perceive them make a difference.

The unenlightened is full of thoughts, that they assume are made by themselves and therefore represent the specific personality, they believe to have. In one who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, there are also many thoughts, but there is no ´I´ with a need to pick them up and put them together in such a way, that it seems they belong to someone specific – and so thoughts are just passing by like birds in the sky.

This does not mean, that one who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one observes the thoughts passing by. Not all, when an angry thought is passing by, he/she is angry – nothing more or less. And when thought of compassion passes by, he/she is nothing but compassion at that moment.

The only real difference between the unenlightened and the enlightened seems to be that the enlightened – metaphorically speaking – knows, where the river goes, so there is no need to search for something. Instead, he/she can really enjoy all aspects of the roller coaster ride it feels to be following the flow of the river.

Everybody in the roller coaster is heading to the sea – and if you do not see yourself and everybody else there, you must be mistaken. No worries though – a mistake can easily be corrected. That is if you acknowledge you are mistaken.

PART 5:
There is no more than one in the enlightenment of that which is one, and as it requires more than one to experience something or be in a state, it is neither experience or a state. So to bid it welcome the person you appear to be must die in order for nobody to be in the enlightenment of that which is one. This is probably why St. Paul accordingly to the New Testament said, that he died daily.

In other words, nobody walks around enlightened as that which is one. That is not possible, because the enlightenment of that which is one is the destruction of a world where there seems to be more than one. Not that it really is destructed, because it is not real, as there is no more than that which is one.

Appearing to return from the enlightenment of that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one, you appear to be just like everybody else in such a world. But there is one big difference: You know from vague memories of the enlightenment of that which is one, that there is no more than that which is one, so you do not believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one – you just pretend to be there.

This may be perceived by others as one who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one is detached, and so they conclude, they need to be detached to be enlightened, but it is the other way around. You need to not be or know anything to bid welcome the enlightened of that which is one.


*) That a moment is perfect does not mean, that everything is good, but that bad is just as perfect as good! 


NOTE: In a world where there seems to be more than one, it seems there is a lot to learn about how to function there. In that context, Alexius knows something, for example how to type and publish Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings on the web. Yet he does not use his worldly knowledge to make him appear as if he is special, but as a means to undo the belief in being someone at all.

In the context of spirituality, Alexius knows nothing, because spirit is the formlessness of that which is one. This article is written in that context.

Strangers in the Night

The world is fabricated by bits and pieces.

In old scriptures, being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is often compared to being in a world of darkness. If they meant it literally, Alexius do not know, but he knows there is no light in a world where there seems to be more than one coming from the stars, the sun or anything else. It is something we have learned to imagine so that we can navigate in a world of darkness. His below story is illustrating this:

Fabricating my world in the darkness
There are no streetlights outside my home, so when I wake up in the middle of the night, the only thing to ´light´ up my bedroom is the stars or the moon. One may, therefore, conclude, it is impossible for me to find the way to the toilet unless I use a torch or turn on the electric light.

Yet it is easy for me to find the way without the help of electrical light because I have learned where everything is and can use certain things as navigation points so that they seem to ´light´ up the way. It is all imagined though and put together by trial and error. I actually stumbled quite a few times learning to ´see´ the way.

But I cannot ´see´ anything else in the night than the way, I have fabricated to the toilet because I have not learned to ´see´ more than that. I may be able to learn ´seeing´ beyond this if I study how to do this. But what I learn to ´see´ beyond my way to the toilet will just be another fabrication, as the rooms next to my bedroom are also completely in the dark.

The way from my bed to the toilet can be compared to everybody´s way in a world where there seems to be more than one. You seem to see something and then navigate from that to what you interpret as something else. But you are moving in the dark, and whatever you think you see is an image, that you have learned to perceive as if it is the reality. Without this fantasy, there is nothing to see. Neither is there anything hidden or something to be learned except, that it is all an illusion.

What is fabricated does not exist
When you do not care to find your way through the darkness, all that you had imagined there will disappear – also darkness, which is just as imagined. And without this imagination – or rather the belief in it – there is nothing but unimaginable light. Not a light like that can be compared to the sun or similar artificial sources of light. And not a light that lights up something to see. There is nothing to light up.

Everything is one light. When the enlightenment of that which is one is bid welcome, the belief that there is something to see cannot survive. And when there is nothing to see, there is not something to hide that which is one.

You can compare bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one to a video call to that which is one. There is so much light on the video screen, that you cannot see it, neither the world, until you hang up the phone, and find yourself back in a world where there seems to be more than one. Yet you remember, there is no more than that which is one and that it is no different from that which is you, so it is not possible to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. Yet you can pretend to be ´there´.

In other words, you pretend to be someone definitive, but what you pretend to be, you are not. That which is you is the formlessness of oneness.

One who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one is as alone as can be. Well, everybody is, even though they try to cover it with a full calendar and whatnot. The enlightened though has nothing to cover, because there is no ´I´ with a need to appear as if it is together with somebody special or part of something greater.

Yet the enlightened is superb in regards to relating to others because relating – just like anything else in a world where there seems to be more than one – is perceived as a symbol of oneness. In that sense, all relations are the same. Consequently the enlightened has no need to be involved in a specific relation and therefore can tune into the needs of any relation and be its missing piece.

But there is no urge to make any relation last, neither is there any fear of its end, which is bound to come – especially as the reason for others to be in a relationship is to be part of something special, so they expect to be missed, and the enlightened never miss anything.

A journey without distance
When persons seem to leave the enlightened, he/she does not perceive it as being left – just like the sun is not gone, when it seems to go away at night. It is in the same place, whether it appears to go up or down. It is the earth, that is moving.

The enlightened knows, that if others are experienced to leave, it only seems so because the enlightened itself is moving – or rather imagine to move because the enlightened is not in a world where there seems to be more than one. What is real cannot be in an illusion – just like within a world where there seems to be more than one it is not possible for a person to be in the virtual world of a video game. Yet it is possible to imagine being there.

To imagine something does not make it real though, so if others seem to leave the enlightened because he/she imagine moving in the world, nothing has changed. Just like nobody is leaving you in a dream and you are not going anywhere, because all the time you are in your bed. Likewise, that which is one is still the same and will always be, regardless of what seems to happen in a world where there seems to be more than one. In other words, one who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one is on a journey without distance.

Being on a journey without distance requires the unenlightened to think so he/she can figure out what to do and where to go. The enlightened, however, does not need to think, because nothing is needed on that a journey, as that which is one is formless and therefore endless, so there is no nowhere to go since that requires more than one.

PART 1:
Gurus and others talking about silence, inner peace and bliss are trying to seduce you into believing, that they know how to find shelter from the world – or how to transcend it. But how can they claim, there is something to find in a world, they also say is an illusion or a dream? Everything found in a dream is of course equally illusionary, no matter if it seems to be found inside or outside of an appearance there or whether it is judged to be pure or whatnot.

The foundation of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings is that a world where there seems to be more than one is to be compared to a dream or a movie – in other words, it is an illusion! This is possible to sense, just like when you – within the illusion of a world where there seems to be more than one – have a dream and for a moment sense it is not real.

Regardless the distances and the apparent different persons in a dream, there are no distances and no differences at all. Everything is in the dreamer, so no matter where you appear to be in the dream you are with the dreamer. It is only the belief in its realty, that separates you from each other.

This does not mean, that you in such a moment see what is real, but that you sense the unreality of a world where there seems to be more than one. What is real you cannot see, as there is nothing real in an illusion, no matter what you seem to think, feel experience or read – included Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. But if can you sense, what you think is you is nothing but a fleeting appearance be in a dream, it is likely that the dreamer of it is real.

Reality though is not something definitive. It is formless and much more energetic than you can ever imagine in the dream of a world defined by time and space. Millions of atomic bombs exploding at one time are nothing compared to the formless energy of that which is one.

It is one perpetual present at an unimaginable speed – so fast that there is no difference to see and nobody has the time to see anything. That is why nothing is happening in the formlessness of oneness. See A world where there seems to be more than one is to be compared to a movie of that which is one played in slow motion.

Alexius is speaking from vague memories of the enlightenment of that which is one, where the dream of a world defined by time and space is no more and therefore neither Alexius to experience something. That is why – apart from the certainty that there is no more than that which is one and therefore not a world where there seems to be more than one – he only has vague memories of it.

If you experience or are aware of something, you are either unreal or hallucinating
The experience of seeing something can only occur in a world, where there seems to be more than one. In such a world one perpetual present seems to be hidden behind the idea of linear time, as it gives the impression, there is a continuous flow of endless events with each their own past and a future.

Reality is that which is one. There is neither nothing inside or outside, as that requires more than one.

Selected fragments of this flow some gurus want you to freeze and uphold as if it is a state of peace or stillness, but just like everything else in a world where there seem to be more than one these states are based on excluding something upsetting or disturbing.

In other words, as they are based on the belief in separation, they exclude the only peace and stillness there is, namely the formlessness of oneness, which has no disturbances, as it takes more than one to be disturbed by something. So if you are feeling disturbed or feeling anything at all, you are either unreal or hallucinating.

The enlightenment of that which is one versus glimpses of it
The enlightenment of that which is one is a moment, that starts in the dream of a world where there seems to be more than one. Yet in the exact same moment, the dream is over. As that which is you were not in the dream, it is not awakening to a new awareness. On the contrary, there is no awareness of anything, neither that you seemed to have believed being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, as that requires more than one. There is just one bright light – so intense that there is nothing to see and therefore nothing to be.

The enlightenment of that which is one sucks you through a black hole, that starts like a zen circle, except the ´drawing´ of it starts off from the top going extremely quickly in both directions at the same time with a brush like a stroke at both of the ends like in this image. When they meet, an extremely bright light – neither opaque or transparent – explodes out of it while extracting the thought construction you identify to be you, so that there is nothing to suck into the black hole. But the two strokes making the black hole will not meet if you have registered them as for example moving black strokes looking like a zen sign, because you are comparing it to the past and so you go back there. In other words, the black hole is not completed and you are back in a world where there seems to be more than one. From this follows that this description is a mix of my vague memories of the enlightenment of that which is one and my many glimpses it, that stops with the forming of the circle around the black hole. The light is there to suck what has been stripped free of the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one through a black hole into that which is one. That is if there are no leftovers of this belief because if there is, you will think that you see something and therefore return to a world where there seems to be more than one, because only in such a world can something be experienced to be seen by somebody.

In other words, if it is perceived as if there is something definable in the enlightenment of that which is one, you will again appear to be someone definitive in a world defined by time and space.

Those who have exciting enlightenment experiences to tell about have held onto the belief in being someone definitive and therefore not as nobody been sucked through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one, so what they have experienced is a glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one.

Glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one can be experienced by seeing, hearing, feeling or tasting it. But as it requires more than one to experience something, the glimpses are not the enlightenment of that which is one.

From from the perspective of a world defined by time and space the enlightenment of that which is one leads to nothing, because there is not something to see, and therefore nothing to define you as someone definitive. That which is one has no perspective, as it requires more than one to have something.

For someone who is fed up of appearing to be someone definitive, it is frustrating to only have glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, but for those who love to appear as someone special it is perfect, because the glimpses can be used to pump up the specialness by lecturing or writing books about the experience of a vast empty space full of pure consciousness, love, bliss or whatever the glimpses are interpreted to reveal.

But it has nothing to do with the enlightenment of that which is one because only someone definitive can be full of pure consciousness, love, bliss or anything else.

The rogue consciousness of the self* likes to give the impression, that it can help you get more, whether in a so-called spiritual or materialistic way. Yet you never get anything but the need for even more. This need, however, you already had. It was because of that, you believed to be someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, so it seems, that although that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

PART 2:
Someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, as well as someone who is not, knows nothing. Those not to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, however, do their best to act as if they know a lot, whereas someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one has no such need, as the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one is not perceived to make a difference, and so there is nothing to know – except of course that there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one.

So whether you think, that you know, why it is raining, why you or somebody else do this or that, what you think you know is an illusion, as it takes more than one to know something and the formlessness of that which is one is everything, because what is formless is endless.

From this follows that to love or help somebody, just like everything else in a world where there seems to be more than one, is an illusion, and therefore not an attribute of that which is one.

Nothing that requires more than one is an attribute of oneness. In other words, love and whatnot only seem to be possible in a world where there seems to be more than one. Believing to be someone in such a world, however, they can be useful in regards to having the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one undone. That is if this is the purpose of using them. In a world of linear time, this appears to takes time. In the process, however, the duality hacks will enable you to enjoy the illusion of that while having the belief that you are someone enjoying something undone. This does not apply to hack #6-7.1 From the inner senses through a black hole into that which is one, as there is nothing to enjoy in the fastest way possible to have the belief in being someone undone, namely the enlightenment of that which is one because it takes more than one to enjoy anything. All that being said about ways, the formlessness of that which is one is everything, because what is formless is endless. Hence a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion, including any way out of it. So to fully undo the belief in such a world, the way you appear to go must be undone as well.

A person cannot bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one. But a person can momentarily forget what and where it appears to be so that there is not something definable to hide the formlessness of that which is one. EPILOGUE:
Who is looking for food but those with an empty stomach. And who is looking for enlightenment, but those who feel empty. Unfortunately most try to fill this the emptiness with something of a pleasurable nature like for example bliss. But nothing can fill this emptiness, because it is a fantasy based on the belief, that you are someone specific in a world defined by time and space, and that which is you is formlessness of oneness, so that is not possible.

That is why you are bound to feel empty if believed to be someone specific. The solution to feeling empty is therefore not to fill up the emptiness but to undo the belief in being someone definitive.

An enlightened (in the sense of the enlightenment of that which is one) never ask ´who am I?´, because there is no doubt there is no more than that which is one and therefore not a world where there seems to be more than one – regardless it appears to be astral and whatnot. Consequently the enlightened has no need for communities, discussions, so-called interesting exchanges or dialogues, sending love or anything else to make it appear as if there is someone specific there. Someone compared to the enlightenment of that which is one do not believe but pretend to be someone.

PART 1:
To get a sense of the enlightenment of that which is one, you must empty yourself for any idea of what it is. And then again, doing so will not help, as it will enhance the belief, that you are an autonomously being who is able to do something specific – and it is due to this belief that the enlightenment of that which is one seems to be hidden. So do not try to implement the following in what you believe to be, but let it assist you in having this belief undone.

The enlightenment of that which is one can be compared to a door to oneness, but just like a door in a house has nothing to do with what is in it, the enlightenment of that which is one is not the same as oneness.

This door, however, is not in a world where there seems to be more than one – this includes astral planes and anything else conceivable – because the experience of something is a thought construction, and there is nobody in the enlightenment of that which is one to construct anything. Neither is the door located in oneness. It has no doors, as it requires more than one that one to have a door or something at all.

No worries. That which is you is not in a world where there seems to be more than one. Just like – in the context of such a world – you are not in the world of a video game, even though it may feel as if you are because of the reactions you seem to have while pretending to be there. These reactions, however, are not caused by the world in the game – it has no such power – but how you choose to perceive it. In other words, the experience of being someone in a virtual world is an experience fabricated by yourself.

Likewise, the feeling of being in a world where there seems to be more than one is a fabrication, and just like the fabrication of your participation in a video game is made while you actually appear as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, so is the feeling of being there imagined while that which is you is actually in that which is one.

There is nothing outside of non-duality, neither inside, because non-duality is formless and therefore without any sides. This does not mean that non-duality is nothing, as what is formless is endless and therefore everything. The animation is grabbed from the web.

In Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings it is often said that non-duality or the formlessness of that which is one is real, but such a statement is also part of duality. For something to be real, there must be something outside of it that is unreal, and as non-duality is formless and therefore endless, there is nothing outside of it.

In other words, though Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings point to that which is real, it is not pointing to something at all, because there is nothing outside of non-duality, as it is everything.

And then again, it is not exactly so. That which is you is not imagining to be in a world where there seems to be more than one while actually being in that which is one because it takes more than one to imagine something, so it is not possible. For the same reason, it is not possible to be in that which is one. No worries. It is not necessary, because there is no difference between that which is you and that which is one.

The above is therefore just a metaphor to explain, what cannot be explained because that which is one is formless and therefore endless – meaning there is nothing outside of it. In other words, a world defined by time and space is an illusion.

Nevertheless, for some unexplainable reason, you experience to be someone definitive in a world defined by time and space, and so in the context of this experience, the enlightenment of that which is one is the door out of it, because it undoes all experiences.

This door can also be compared to a hand gently comforting a child, who has a nightmare. Feeling a touch of comfort the conditioned ways of reacting to the dream* is temporarily forgotten, so it fades out, and nothing definable seems to hide the undefinable reality on oneness.

That being said you cannot compare the enlightenment of that which is one to anything in a world defined by time and space, because any comparison is based on the past and as time is viewed in a linear way it seems to hide, there is nothing but one perpetual present.

Seen from the world of duality enlightenment, which represents the formlessness of non-duality, is very boring compared to all the excitement duality seems to offer.

The formlessness of that which is one is extremely boring compared to the excitement of a world where there seems to be more than one – at least as seen from the perspective of such a world. Yet, none of the experiences in that world last, so believing to be someone there you are always on the lookout for more, whereas if not being someone at all, there is nothing to hide the formlessness of oneness – and as formlessness has no end it lasts forever. PART 2:
When we are doing something we expect it to result in something. Whether that appears to be better or worse, the purpose of it has been accomplished, namely to make us feel alive.

There is no way to achieve the enlightenment of that which is one, as to achieve something requires more than one.

If you sit down to meditate, it may result in the experience of what you interpret to be a higher consciousness, infinity, purity, divinity, cosmic awareness and whatnot. Yet you will not experience the enlightenment of that which is one as a result of meditation or something else. It cannot be caused, as it takes more than one to cause something. For the same reason, it cannot be experienced or used to make you feel alive.

Even if the enlightenment of that which is one could be caused by you, you would probably not want to, as it comes from oneness, and that is extremely boring compared to the excitement that appears to come from a world where there seems to be more than one.

The more bored you are in a world where there seems to be more than one, the closer you are to not experiencing it. When nothing is experiencing it all, there is nothing to hide what cannot be experienced, namely the formlessness of oneness.

To make long short, if you sit down to meditate with the expectation of becoming purer, higher or relaxed, you will feel excited when you achieve it. But if the enlightenment of that which is one is what you long for, you must sit down to not get something and to be totally bored out of your mind, so that there is nothing sensed – not even that an extremely bright light extracts all the info of you as someone definitive, so the nothingness of you gently falls into the formlessness of oneness.

There is nothing in the formlessness of that which is one and it lasts no time, because it is timeless. For the very same reason it lasts forever. It is one perpetual present.

In the formlessness of oneness there is nothing to see, feel or be, neither does it result in a special consciousness or anything else that requires more than one. It is totally boring compared to the excitement of being someone in love, bliss or whatnot in a world where there seems to be more than one.

In other words, the formlessness of oneness is not something you become, because you as someone definitive is not there or anywhere else – and never was, as that which is you is no different from the formlessness of oneness and as what is formless is endless and therefore everything. Hence the experience of you in a world where there seems to be more than one is a hallucination.

It is of course only if you look for the experience of something specific, that the formlessness of oneness seems so boring, that you prefer to imagine being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. The price of this fantasy, however, is a constant feeling of inferiority, no matter how much more you seem to become or have because nothing lasts except that which you imagine being separated from, namely the formlessness of that which is one.

First of all, it is not possible to transcend someone definitive, because everything defined is make-believe and what is imagined cannot become real. Secondly, within the context of a world defined by time and space slowing down is not what is needed, if the formlessness of oneness is what you long for because that is a very speedy affair. PART 3:
In the early 70s, the hippie movement from the 60s generally speaking split into two groups, one looking for political solutions that could make life better for the people and one with the goal of giving each individual person a spiritual solution, which was thought to be enlightenment.

Almost 50 years later it is obvious that the people, who the political-minded group thought to represent, do not want their solutions. Neither do hardly any persons want to be enlightened. And the few who did never transcended as promised by for example Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, who founded Transcendental Meditation.

The political-minded group seems to have given up making the world better and the spiritual group have replaced their lofty visions of enlightenment with more down to earth ways of how they think each person should be healed, for example by coming from the heart.

Nowadays, however, the heart may not even be your own, but implementation from somebody else or a replacement of plastic. Anyway, every experience you seem to have – whether it appears to be so-called spiritual or mundane – is processed in the machinery of the brain, so no matter where it is perceived to come from, it is a fabrication of the brain. In other words, all experiences are speculations.

The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be experienced, so if you know what it is, you are mistaken.

The enlightenment of that which is one, however, is not something you can experience. It is not something at all. In the context of something, it is nothing, because the brain cannot process formlessness into something experienced.

In reality, though the enlightenment of that which is one is everything because it merges the nothingness of you with the formlessness of oneness, and what is formless is endless and therefore everything, contrary to anything experienced – whether it seems to be so-called spiritual or mundane – which is nothing because it takes more than one to experience something and there is no more than that which is one.


*) At this point, somebody may ask, who is it that has conditioned the child? The answer is nobody. There is no child. It is an illusion, and those in the illusion asking this apparently clever question are doing it for one reason only, namely to make it appear as if they are real and not just make-believe.

Enlightenment does not give you more, because there is no more than that which is one

PART 1:
When you are in the rain, you get wet, so wet is what you are in this very moment as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. End of story!

If you hate getting wet, then you are wet and full of hate. And if you worry about the rain and your open windows at home, you are a wet and hateful person concerned about the future at this moment – nothing more and nothing less. Period.

Maybe due to some ideas or conventions of yours, you are not allowed to hate. So in order to not feel the hate as yours, you exclude it by blaming somebody or something else for causing it. If you are a little bit more advanced, you may try to explain the feeling of hate from a metaphysical point of view, as if it is about transforming negative energy into positive. But this explanation is just another way of disguising, that you want to escape the moment as it is.

You may also try to escape feeling the moment as it is by thinking you are detached from feelings – that they are just something you observe – while the truth is that you deny them, and therefore never are present with the moment as it is.

Detachment is a natural attribute of someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, but it cannot be replicated by the unenlightened

Detachment is a natural attribute of someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one. But in this enlightenment, all being is erased, as it takes more than one to be something and there is no more than that which is one. In other words, it is the end of the belief that it is possible to be and have more than the formlessness of that which is one, so those who assume they are and have something important do not go there, as that will leave them with nothing.

So they rather prefer to imitate the attributes, they have read one who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one has – for example detachment – assuming this will make them able to add the qualities of enlightenment to their being and therefore expand their consciousness.

The enlightenment of that which is one is one perpetual present, so it cannot be brought back in a world of linear time.

But the enlightenment of that which is one does cannot expand anything, because it has nothing, as to have something requires more than one. For the same reason, the enlightened does not really remember what it is. One thing though is crystal clear: There is no more than that which is one, so a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion. This memory, however, is of no interest to those who want to expand their consciousness, so that it seems as if they are and/or have more than others.

Physically speaking you cannot be together with the person on this pic in this very moment, but if the pic seems to trigger an attraction in you, and you devote yourself to that, your world may start to crack. Through the cracks you will sense, what you are really attracted to, namely the spirit of that which is one.

PART 2:
If you think or feel, that you are in love with just one person, you are wrong. What you are experiencing is not love but attraction. The nature of love is to love everything, whereas attraction is single-minded. But there is nothing wrong with following the latter, provided you do not try to change it into a love relationship.

Attraction in itself is a gateway to a less tangible world because that is where the not so tangible feeling of attraction comes from. It is not important what the form, that you feel an attraction towards, looks like. What matters is, that you really indulge in the attraction and totally devote yourself to the object of your attraction. This might lead to sex, which experience wise also is part of a less tangible world – especially orgasm – but that is another story.

Because I am not talking about approaching the object of your attraction, but simply remain in the attraction itself by letting your mind being sucked into the desire for the object of your attraction, so that the flow of it leads to a lofty state of mind, where you do not bother about physicality.*

You and the one you are attracted to may be worlds apart physically and mentally speaking, or the other one may not even notice you or it is simply not possible to be together due to social conventions. But that is good. Because on no account it is about trying to manifest a relation* with the object of your attraction – if it happens so be it – but to follow an attraction so intense, that the world of the outer senses cracks and the world of the inner senses comes crawling out of them.

The world of the inner senses is in no way the same as the formlessness of oneness. Yet it is a gateway to it, provided you do not mistake the inner senses for spirituality but perceive it as a less tangible level of a world defined by time and space.

The above about attraction also applies to repulsion or other emotions. Devotion is the key.

No appearance in the world is perfect or will ever become perfect, but if you devote yourself to whatever appearance, that you may feel attracted to, you will become, what you already are, namely the perfection that makes it possible to perceive imperfection.

Devotion makes the world fade away – or rather your belief in it. What remains is that which is real. You do not need a guru or a mantra to be devoted. You just need to follow your natural instinct of losing that which is not you. This automatically happens, when you devote yourself to whatever you are deeply attracted to – it may be a mundane thing like a cat, the body of a person, a specific video game, a sunset or something less mundane like an angel. In a way, the kick starter to writing Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings was an attraction to the body of a young woman, who was changing her clothes in front of Alexius on a sunny trip in the Mediterranean Sea. Instead of being ashamed of his physical attraction to a woman much younger than him, he dived deep into the flow of the attraction. Physically speaking nothing happened between the woman and him and he has never seen her again. But later that day, there was a breakthrough to the voice behind Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings.

This voice is not physical being but rather transparent. It can be compared to an ascended master, but not one of those ´rosy´ ones, who want you to help them make a merry-go-round world. Gudruång – spoken with a soft ´d´ and ending in an echo of the enlightenment of that which is one – that Alexius has named this energy, has no need of saving the world. On the contrary, the purpose is to undo the belief in the world, including astral ones and whatnot.

Ultimately the world where we appear to be is an illusion, also Gudruång, Alexius and you. There is nothing but the formlessness of that which is one. But while we appear to be in a world defined by time and space, we all seem to be somebody definitive, so in that context, Gudruång and Alexius are talked about as two different appearances, but in reality, they do not exist as two, neither as one, because it takes more than one to exist and there is no more than that which is one.

Alexius does not force his will upon his cats, but they often choose to follow it. This does not mean they are channeling him or following a higher voice. But that they sense he wants to take care of them in the best way possible, as if they are a part of him.

Likewise Gudruång wants to take care of Alexius, as if we they part of each other, although – just like Alexius and his cats – they are very different in terms of appearances but not in terms of content.

Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are not channelled from Gudruång. It is rather that Gudruång is writing them without his personality interfering with it. Ideally speaking it is like that, but as Gudruång does not know the English language, the writings depend on Alexius knowledge of it, and as the formlessness of oneness is wordless, he has to search for words he can use for something that cannot be expressed.

When he is short of words and still want to go on, part of an article may be coloured by words from his personality – especially the endings, because his a personality is conditioned to look for a happy ending. However, it seems that a happy ending for Gudruång is when there is no memory of beginning and end.

Light, bliss, peace, stillness. consciousness or whatever can be experienced is a transitory state to that which cannot be experienced, as that requires more than one, and there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless.

PART 3:
Alexius felt the usual panic the other night when he, like so many times before, seemed to be at the edge of dying. This time, however, the panic attack was very short. Maybe because he knew from before, that the tangible appearance of Alexius always seems rise again – or because he remembered from several times being in this transitional phase, that it is such a relief when the tangible world fades out. But probably most of all because he wants to completely undo the belief in being someone definitive so that there is not something appearing to hide that which he is.

As it takes more than one to interpret something as a problem, the problem is gone when the belief in being and having more than that which is one is undone.

That being said, such a belief also has its moments. When he was willing to undo this belief and his body was about to pass away, there was another appearance, who seemed to want him to remain in the world. His cat, that he sensed somewhere in the distance, was crying out loud as if it was saying ´come back´.

He cannot know, what is going on in a cat, apart from what he projects onto it, and as he liked the projection of his cats begging him to come back, he indulged in the experiences the brain slowly started again to produce of him as someone in a body. The next thing he remembers is, that he could feel his cat purring, while it was laying close to his body.

Appearing to be back in a tangible world, he accepted his choice and started dealing with the practicality of it. His cat needed food – maybe that was the main reason it was worried about Alexius – and so did the body of Alexius.

Feeding the bodies has, of course, nothing to do with ultimate reality, but to get there he starts where he appears to be, namely together with his cat – and being together with someone is to be very close to that which is one.

There is nothing outside of reality, neither inside, because reality is that which is one.

Because he did not leave that which is one on his own. That is not possible. Well, it is not possible to leave it at all, but it is possible to imagine, that there is more than one so that you can leave it together with another one. Consequently, you return as you believe to have left it, namely appearing to be together with another one.

It does not matter if it is you and your cat or somebody else or just you and another thought. As long as you leave a world where there seems to be more than in a way where you appear to be more than one, you undo your imagination of such a world the way you originally made it.
