Willingness to not exclude but to include undoes the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one

The more inclusive you are, the less the apparent difference between inside and outside appears to make a difference. Consequently, there is no experience of a world outside of you – neither inside, as without an outside, there is no inside. In other words, when not excluding thoughts and feelings by justifying them with a world perceived to be outside of you, the fantasy of being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is over. This does not mean that it is replaced by that which is one because there never was and never will be more than that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When we believe to be somebody special in a world where there seems to be more than one, we must constantly tell stories where we as the key figure make everything right, or refer to stories of others that reflect on ourselves as someone special, so that we appear to make a difference and therefore can confirm the belief that we are someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

The complete inclusion of feelings cancels out the sense of within and without, so that there is not something appearing to hide, there is nothing but the formlessness of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The need to compose and communicate stories with you as someone definitive in an external world will fade out, the more there is willingness to not exclude but include the thoughts and feelings popping up, as the less there is an experience of an external world. Neither internal, since without an outside, there is no inside. Thus inclusiveness undoes the belief, that there is more than the formlessness of that which is one.

But if there is no need to be someone at all, there is no urge to share stories with somebody appearing to be in a physical, astral or online world. And so the story that cannot be told, since it is a state of not-knowing, is all that remains. See the article Inclusiveness is a state of not-knowing – and that is pure bliss for more about a state of not-knowing.

Trying to manifest yourself as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, is like trying to be someone in a dream. It is not possible, because there is nothing there. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The conclusion of this is not, that you must stop telling stories about your latest achievements or those you hope to come if you want the bliss of being in a state of not-knowing. Alexius´ hacks to undo the belief in being someone definitive are not about stopping or avoiding anything, since that involves exclusion and thus enhances the belief in being someone definitive. Neither are they about transforming sex or something else but including everything as it appears to be, as that leaves nothing to define you as someone definitive.

So you can go on telling stories of you as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one – not anymore though with the intent of confirming the apparent separation of you and others, but of including those who appear in the stories. This has nothing to do with embracing them, since that enhances the belief in you as someone definitive, whereas inclusion exposes both the appearance of you and others as but empty space.

In most cases, however, we are not willing to include everything, as this leaves nothing to define us. We do not want to be nobody, so we persist in being somebody by excluding whatever it takes to make a difference for our kids, pets, work associates or somebody else in a world where there seems to be more than one.

No worries. If you acknowledge, that you are not willing to include everything, you are including the moment as it is, and thus entering the road of inclusiveness. See also A perfect moment does not require learning – only inclusion.

All the troubles and worries, that seem to come our way, are the illusions we have chosen to make up our road of inclusiveness, so welcome them by being willing to include them.

On the road of inclusiveness all sharing, communication and whatnot are something you pretend to do for or with others* because there is nothing outside of you, that is not you. You are alone together** in a fantasy world where you seem to be separated from the formlessness of that which is one in a world where there seems to be more than one.

You may at first feel very sad when you start realising, that you are not someone definitive. But when fully realised, you do not care – or rather there is nobody to care. That is the peace of oneness. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Yet, you are not alone. It is not possible, as that requires more than one and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. And this is why it is so peaceful not trying to be and have more than that which is one. At first thought it may not seem so, because when you do not believe, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, there is nothing to hope for, which seems very depressing until you realise, that without hope there is nothing to fear – and so there is peace.***

If you want to have the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one undone, it does not matter whether you appear to have positive or negative thoughts, feelings of love, hate and whatnot, as long as they are not excluded by justifying them with a world experienced to be external.

Be aware, that the above is not meant to be the ultimate explanation about a world where there seems to be more than one, neither is it meant to be correct, because nothing can explain why you believe to be someone definitive in a such a world, since that is not possible, as that which is you are no different from the formlessness of that which is one and it takes more than one to believe, you are someone definitive.****

Nothing can explain, how come you believe to be someone definitive, because it is not possible, as that which is you are no different from that which is one and it takes more than one to be someone. For the same reason, no explanation of which is one is correct. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Nor are any explanations or descriptions in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings of that which is one correct, because that which is one cannot be explained or described, as that requires more than one.

For the same reason, it is not possible to replace the belief in being someone definitive with pretending to be that, as often suggested in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings.* But since you think you are reading this, you believe to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, and so replacing that belief with the belief that you just pretend to be someone there is useful in undoing it, because what and where you pretend to be, you are not.

Using Alexius duality hacks is not like using hacks to expand the mind – for example nootropics and LSD. They do not expand anything, neither do they improve the body or something else. Instead they undo the belief, that you are someone definitive in a body, whether that appears to be in a mundane or astral world.

In other words, you can keep your name and the clothes the body wears. And you do not need to become vegan or stop being it, as everything in a world where there seems to be more than one is equally illusionary. The hacks use whatever illusion, you seem to be involved in to undo it.

All the other hacks in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings (see the table of contents), except the enlightenment of that which is one, are no different from hacking the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one by not being exclusive but inclusive (hack #3). They all transfer you to a state of not-knowing from where the apparent differences in the world are not perceived to make a difference, so there does not appear to be more than one.

In a world where there seems to be more than one everything has a beginning an end, so it is not possible to a continuous state of not-knowing. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Nobody in a world where there seems to be more than one is walking around in a continuous state of not-knowing. To remain in the world – whether in a mundane or so-called spiritual way – you must constantly confirm that every one make a difference. And as that is not confirmed in a state of not-knowing, it will be on and off, until you are not willing to confirm, there is more than one. In that case, however, there is no more to state to be in, as it takes more than one to be in any kind of state

Hence there is nothing to hide that which always is, since it is formless and therefore endless, namely that which is one.

Yet you cannot remain in this state very long, because to appear as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, you must constantly confirm its apparent differences to make a difference. Hence this state is on and off until you are not willing to perceive the apparent differences to make a difference. Yet just a split second of it makes the time off from it much lighter.

This does not mean, however, that this will make you stay in a state of not-knowing, as when you for a shorter time – about 20 minutes, 45 minutes at the most – do not perceive differences to make a difference, there is no memory of a world where there seems to be more than one, and as it takes more than one to be in any kind of state, there is no state to be in.

Your existence as someone special is make-believe, which you try to make real with a list of made-up problems – like not being rich enough, pretty enough, young enough, clever enough and spiritual enough – so there always is something to fix.

That is, until you do not try to exclude what you judge to be wrong by blaming others for it but completely include it, so that there are no appearances to define you as someone definitive, and hence nothing appears to hide the formlessness of oneness.

For the same reason there is not someone to be and hence no consciousness to hide, there never was and never will be more than that which is one. Until then, let the memories of being nobody remind you, that although you seem to be separated from that which is one, this separation is make-belief and using Alexius´ hacks it will be undone.

When you do not believe to be disassociated from the different appearances that you experience to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, you are alone together with them. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

How to not be fearful but blissful

To deny hate is to deny love because they are two sides of the same coin. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

When a feeling, for example hate, is wholly justified with something in a world experienced to be outside of you, it seems to be transferred from what is believed to be you to something that is not believed to be you. This includes love as well because when hate cannot be experienced internally neither can its contrast love. In other words, hate and love do not seem to in you but a world outside of you.

But as these emotions only are excluded from your awareness, they are still in you. Not in the shape of hate and love though but of fear, because having justified hatred with something in an external world, you are scared of what it will do to you in return, so from the emptiness generated by your apparent dissociation from hate/love, fear pops up again and again.

Exclusiveness generates a belief in scarcity, contrary to inclusiveness that generates nothing, so there is not something to miss – and that is pure bliss.

Emptiness, however, is also the result of the full inclusion of hate, since that leaves nothing to contrast love, so neither that or hatred is experienced to exist at all. This emptiness, however, is not full of fear but bliss, as it is not based on the suppression of feelings but the transparency of exposing them as empty space.

In a state of not-knowing nothing seems to be different from you –and that is pure bliss Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Inclusiveness is pure bliss. That is, if everything excluded is not included, because when everything is included, there is nothing but the formlessness of that which is one, since it takes more than one to be blissful. In other words, by slowly including what has been excluded from your personality, moments of bliss will come and go in a world where there seems to be more than one, until there is no more to include and therefore not something to hide, there is no more than that which is one.

In this state of emptiness, everything in a world where there seems to be more than one is perceived as empty space in the sense that nothing seems to make sense. As it is a state of not-knowing, you cannot know how long you are in it. But measured in the linear time, it is not that long – at least not if you want to go on appearing as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, as then everything must constantly be perceived to make a difference.

A world where there seems to be more than one only appears to be there, because you want to believe, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Hence you imagine to be someone in a world in the empty space outside of the formlessness of that which is one, but there is nothing outside of it because since formlessness is endless. Nor is there something inside, as without an outside there is no inside.

When returning to the imagination of a world where there seems to be more than one, it is like empty space is being filled with clouds, and the more they are divided in contrasts like good and bad, light and dark, past and future and so on, the more you appear to be in a substantial world where there seems to be more than one.

Without contrast, this cat would disappear in empty space. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Although the world appears to be just like before you entered a state of not-knowing, you are approaching it less emotionally. This does not mean, there are no emotions, but that you play with them instead of them playing with you. That may offend a lot, but that is not a problem, because the more you are inclusive, the less there is a need to a be part of a world where there seems to be more than one.

In most cases, though hate is not entirely but partially excluded so that a piece of it can be used to contrast a bit of love, and thereby ratify the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one. Just like the white background of these black letters is partially excluded, so that it can contrast the letters shaping this article into an article appearing to be right in front of you.

The less the opposing elements of a contrast appear to make a difference, the less they produce meaning – and since bliss does not come from something but nothing, the more bliss there is.

If the background, on the other hand, is completely excluded, there is not something to contrast the letters. Hence they disappear in a gap of nothingness, which seems very scaring for those seeking meaning and consistency, but very blissful for those seeking nothing.

When the apparent separation between the opposing sides of a contrast is undone via the full inclusion of one of them, the judge in you is out of work, as without separation there is nothing to judge – and that is pure bliss. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The full inclusion of a feeling requires that it is totally felt internally. But as hate, which is the example used in this article, has been completely excluded from what you believe to be by justifying it with something perceived to be outside of you, you have dissociated yourself from not only hate but also its contrast love plus a bunch of other emotions since the dissociation of the contrast of hate and love rubs off on others.

This results in emotional numbness, where only the fear or anger of the external appearance(s), that was used to justify the feeling of hate, seems to come through. No worries. If you are nothing but that fear and/or anger, there is no room for the justification and the hate it seemed to transfer to an external world, so it is not experienced to exist inside or outside of you. The same applies to love since there is no hate contrasting it.

In a state of not-knowing you are powerless, because you do not know what and where you are. Hence you are not aware, that you are in a pool of bliss, before it is over and blissful memories pops up from when you did not believe to be someone definitive.

As the resulting emptiness is not founded on exclusion but inclusion, it is not fear but bliss that pops up from it.

A sure way to not exclude but include is to not know what is going on, as that means there is not something to exclude.

It requires much effort to be exclusive, whereas inclusiveness requires none because you are inclusive when you are not exclusive. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If you by reflex exclude specific feelings, as soon as they pop up, and at the same moment forget why and how no need to change that. And should the above about including your justifications seem a bit too complicated, no need to improve your understanding or anything else.

The hacks in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are not about correcting your mistakes in a world where there seems to be more than one, but the belief that you are someone there.

In other words, whatever you seem to be in a world where there seems to be more than one needs no correction – only the belief that you are someone definitive and not the formlessness of that which is one needs to be corrected. And that it is when you include entirely, what you experience to be in this very moment.

When you cannot remember what you included, it has been completely included.

If you are not aware of what you re at this moment, this is what you include by completely being it, which you are when there is a willingness to be so.

Bliss is the natural outcome of not believing to be someone definitive. This you do not believe when the excitement of feeling something specific is not appealing.

As this willingness cancels out the included feeling as well as its contrast, and like the inclusion of one feeling momentary rubs off on others, the result is not that you embrace yourself, but that you are emptied out and therefore not definable as someone definitive. It is this emptiness that is pure bliss.

Willingness to totally include the moment as it undoes the belief in being someone definitive. This willingness, however, nobody has, but by admitting that, you are including the moment as it is. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The willingness, however, often comes from being willing to admit, that you are not willing to be completely inclusive because even though it results in pure bliss, it is the end of you as someone definitive since bliss is the absence of being someone at all.

APPENDIX:
If you think, you are in a joyful mood because of the sunset or the sensation of the wind touching your warm body, you are justifying the feeling of joy and thereby dissociating yourself from it in proportion to how much it is justified to be caused by something perceived to be outside of you.

This you probably choose in order to distance yourself from being too joyful, because that would blow you away, so there would be nobody left to control your appearance as sexy and good-looking in the sunset – or in the future setups you have planned to be staged in as someone special in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Formlessness is that which is one, because if it was more than one, it would not be formless. And that is why it is nothing but peace.

In other words, the imagination of being someone definitive seems more exciting than the peace of formlessness, which cannot be imagined, neither experienced, since it takes more than one to imagine or experience something and what is formless cannot be more than one.

Those who believe to be somebody interesting only care for those, who can make them appear more interesting. That means they only care for illusions, because life is not interesting, since it that which is one and it takes more than one to be interesting. So be happy, when nobody seems to be interested in you.

But as formlessness is endless and therefore everything, whatever is imagined or experienced is make-believe. Hence there is nothing to plan or hope for but illusions.

NOTES:

PMT BM The absence of noise and silence is a state of not-knowing

When the contrast of noise and silence has been cancelled out by completely including one side of the contrast, the apparent difference in a world of duality between noise and silence is not perceived to make a difference, because you are in a state of not-knowing. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
If your lower back is sway-backed, the body makes a contrast in the upper back, so whether you fully include the pain of the lower or upper back is the same, because the inclusion of one side of a contrast cancels out both of them (see the below note). In other words, the apparent difference between the opposing sides of this contrast does not appear to make a difference anymore.

As the inclusion of one contrast momentarily rubs off on other contrasts, they are cancelled out as well, and as what you appear to be is defined by contrasts, there is nothing to define you as someone definitive. Ergo you are in a state of not-knowing. This does not necessarily mean that there is no more pain, but that there is nobody suffering from it. That is if the pain was not a symptom of a mental problem.

The body rebels against the unhealthy idea of a body-mind connection inflicted upon it by getting sick.

If you have forced the unfortunate belief of a body-mind connection onto the body, the mind sees its chance to get rid of its problems by dumping them in the body, so if you, for example, heal symptoms caused by the mind in the back, it will right away bury its problems somewhere else in the body. You can, therefore, keep on healing symptoms in the body until you approach the problem where it is, namely in the mind.

If you want to fit into society, you must restrain yourself from exploring your sexual energy in nature. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

A mental problem can for example be that you try to restrict your sexual energy in accordance with specific concepts of society or yoga doctrines like tantra, but sooner or later your mental control of sexuality will settle in the body in the shape of muscle pain. See also the article Holding back to not ejaculate is just another physical manifestation – but without the thrill of it.
But it is not easy to spot a problem in the mind, as it is probably hidden behind the noise of arguing about this and that. No worries. It is not necessary to pick out the problem. You just hack through the noise of the mind by completely including it, which is done by being nothing but noise – or at least be willing to (see the last paragraph in the below note about willingness). As this means there is nothing to contrast it, the existence of noise is no more, neither of its contrast silence.

This you do not know, however, because the cancellation of the opposing elements of one contrast in the mind momentarily rubs off on the others, so the mind is empty and therefore not able to define you as someone definitive. In other words, you are in a state of not-knowing and its bliss of nothing.

In a perfect moment, everything is alright as it is, regardless of where you are, because you are not there as someone definitive. Since this is a state of not-knowing, you cannot know how long time it will last.* So it is not before it is over, that you know a perfect moment lasts until you start perceiving the differences of the world to make a difference – and that everything is only alright as it is when you do not believe to be someone definitive. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 2:
In a perfect moment, everything is alright as it is, because you have included the bad feelings by being nothing but bad, which means there is nothing good to contrast them, and without that the contrast of good and bad is no more. In other words, nothing is bad, neither good. Everything is as it is.

That is the way it goes with any other feeling you include. Being, for example, nothing but sad, there is nothing to contrast it, and so neither sadness or its contrast happiness appears to exist. As this nothingness momentarily rubs off on the other contrasts making up your personality, there is nobody left to judge the apparent differences of the world to make a difference.* That is why everything is alright as it is in a perfect moment.

Yet is not before a perfect moment is over* that there is someone to know everything is alright as it is when you do not believe to be someone definitive.

When you exclude evil feelings or thoughts, you believe you are not evil but good.

But you do not want everything to be alright as it is when you believe to be someone definitive, as this belief is based on not being what others appear to be. So to appear as if you are good, you must make others bad, which you do by constantly blaming them for not being good enough.

You cannot enjoy a beautiful view like this if you do not have an experience of something ugly to contrast it. That is the way of duality. But if you fully include one side of this contrast both of them will be cancelled out inside of you, so that there is not a basis for perceiving the difference of beauty and ugliness in a world outside of you to make a difference.* Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

APPENDIX:
The more beautiful you install yourself in the world, the more ugliness you will be exposed to because that is how it is when you believe to be in a world of duality since it can only be experienced through contrast.

Contrasts, however, can also be used to undo this belief, as the inclusion of one of its opposite sides cancels out both of them*, so that there is nothing inside of you, that can be used to categorise the different appearances of a world appearing to be outside of you as neither beautiful or ugly.

NOTE: The above is an appendix to the article Inclusiveness is a state of not-knowing – and that is pure bliss, where you can read in more details about how the inclusion of one side of a contrast cancels out both sides.

The article How to not be fearful but blissful by not being exclusive but inclusive and Willingness to not exclude but include undoes the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one is about how willingness to be inclusive is enough to enter a perfect moment. And the article You can never lose life is about how being exclusive can be perceived as a confirmation of life, since there would be nothing to exclude if not for that so the very thing that is meant to define you as someone definitive can be used to undo that belief. These articles are all part of hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is pure bliss.

This article is part of hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is pure bliss.

If included, irritation undoes the belief in duality

You are bound to feel divided between contrast like right and wrong in a world of duality, and as that which is you is no different from that which is one, it feels irritating to deal with separation. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

You cannot avoid irritation when you believe to be in a world of duality because, in order to uphold this belief you must always choose between contrasts like good and bad, right and wrong and so on. And as this is a confirmation of separation and that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one, choosing feels as if you are disconnected.

The belief in separation entails fear of intimacy, as that undoes separation. The graphic is grabbed from Ello.

When irritation is not excluded by blaming somebody or something else for having caused it, but instead included in the experience of what you appear to be, the belief in separation cannot be upheld.

But the intimacy that this entails seems is scary to most, so they prefer to maintain the belief in separation by justifying feelings as caused by something outside of themselves.

Most do not want to have this exposed, as that will question their belief in being someone definitive separated from the formlessness of that which is one, so they hide the cause of irritation by blaming something judged to be outside of them for upsetting them.

In order to feel good as someone definitive you choose to blame somebody experienced to be outside of you for being bad, so that there wrong appearance justify your feeling of discomfort and hide the denial of that which is you.

In other words, by accusing somebody of being bad, they seem to have caused your irritation and not your denial of that which is you. But as that again involves choosing, it upholds the belief in separation, which is the cause of irritation, so even though you seem to have proved others to be bad and you to be good, and therefore should be happy, that is not how you feel.

Most believe that it will make you feel good, when what they think is wrong has been made right. But the problem is not good versus bad, but that you have to choose between them, because that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one. In other words, you are not made to choose, as that requires more than one. In a world of duality though choice cannot be avoided. Yet you can choose not to choose. The is the choice of peace. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Most believe that they will feel good when something has been made right. The problem though is not good versus bad, but that you feel disconnected when choosing between the opposites of a contrast, because that which is you is no different from that which is one, and it requires more than one to choose. Choosing, however, cannot be avoided in a world of duality. But if you choose not to choose, there is no separation to confirm a world of duality. The graphic is grabbed from Ello.

Irritation is enhanced every time it is justified, because blaming somebody or something else for how you feel is only possible when you believe in separation, which is the cause of irritation.

Nevertheless, you keep on hoping that this underlying feeling of discomfort will go away when something judged to be wrong has been fixed. So you compulsively look for something to make better, but as that enhances the belief in separation so is the feeling of irritation.

There would not be nothing to make better, if you did not believe in separation. This belief is therefore enhanced every time you think about helping somebody or improving something.

Feelings of frustrations can be compared with a traffic sign saying, you are going the wrong way. This is not to say, that feeling them is wrong. On the contrary. It is justifying them, that is going the wrong way, because by doing that they are excluded instead of included. If included to the extent that you are nothing but what you feel, you are set free, because a feeling cannot survive on its own. It has to be contrasted in order to be felt as something specific, so when there is nothing else than that, you are set free from duality. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Feelings of frustrations can be compared to a traffic sign saying, you are going the wrong way. This is not to say, feelings should be avoided. It is justifying them, that leads the wrong way because by doing so, they are excluded instead of included. If a feeling is included to the extent, that you are nothing but that, the belief in being someone definitive cannot be upheld, because you can only be felt as someone definitive by experiencing you are contrasted by somebody else – just like you would not be able to see the white letters in the above sign, if they were not contrasted by another colour. In other words, when there is nothing else than what you feel, it cannot be felt as something specific anymore. Hence there is nothing, and so there is not  something to define duality. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

No worries. Irritation is simply a warning sign saying, you cannot go down this road, because it takes more than one to feel something and you are that which is one. So if irritation is not excluded by being justified as caused by others but instead included as it is experienced by you*, it disappears, as without exclusion there is no separation.

This does not necessarily mean, your appearance as someone definitive in a world of duality is over, but that the belief to be someone definitive is replaced by pretending to be it. When that is over, and as what you pretend to be, you are not, nobody returns to the formlessness of that which is one. Since it takes more than one to exist, this is a ´return´ to non-existence.

Even though inclusiveness, as described in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings in some ways seems similar to the Jungian idea of integrating the shadow side of the personality, it is not an attempt to be whole, spiritual or being anything at all, as to be something requires more than one.

Neither is inclusiveness about owning your flaws since that is a confirmation of being someone definitive. Nor is it the same as accepting the unknown dark side of the personality, as that is to accept exclusion and therefore the imprisonment of separation, whereas inclusion leaves nothing to accept, which is freedom.

Inclusiveness, as described in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, is simply about undoing the belief in being someone at all.

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The less contrast there is, the less there is to see. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

To feel something you must exclude the formlessness of that which is you, as you can only feel something when it is contrasted by something judged to be different from it, and nothing differs from each other in the formlessness of that which is you.

While you believe to be in a world of duality, however, you do not have to hesitate to ask your neighbours to be quieter, if they are experienced to disturb you. By all means, go ahead and blame them, but be grateful also that they have made you aware, how irritating it is to judge them to be something you are not and therefore as separated from you. This gratefulness will set you free to follow the flow, that slowly but surely undoes the belief in separation.

Going with the flow, you do not try to exclude the feeling of irritation by projecting it onto somebody or something else – a back that hurts, for example – but instead include it completely undiminished and unedited in all its horror, which it is when you are nothing but annoyed. When there is no other feeling than irritation, there is not something to contrast it, which means it cannot be experienced as something specific, and so the belief in separation cannot be upheld.

It is not only feeling irritated, which is your salvation when included. This applies to any feeling, whether so-called positive or negative. If you go all the way and fully experience a feeling – no matter it seems to relate to the past or the present – you will be so merged with it, that there is nothing to contrast it, which means it cannot be experienced and therefore return to the nothingness from where it came. Hence there is nothing to uphold the belief in duality. The graphic is grabbed from Ello.

What is said in the above about irritation also applies to other so-called negative feelings – rejection, anger and inferiority, for instance – that you normally try to exclude by justifying them as caused by your boss or somebody else. It also applies to so-called good feelings, if they are justified by being caused by somebody*. When you, for example, assume a feeling of love is caused by your spouse, it has been excluded and not included, so that separation is experienced as real and oneness as false.

Not to believe somebody or something is in need of fixing is to not believe that you are someone definitive. Hence there is no belief hiding that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one, which means there is nothing to choose and therefore nothing to cause irritation.

To make long short, if you want to have the belief in separation undone, it makes no difference what you seem to feel while believing to be someone definitive. That is if you do not exclude what you experience to feel by compulsively justifying it as caused by somebody or something, but include it totally undiminished and unedited, which is done by being nothing but what you experience to feel.

In order to define something, something else must be excluded, so that it can define what you want to experience. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

In order for something to be defined, something must be excluded, so that the excluded defines what you believe to experience. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The belief in separation can also be undone by simply perceiving everything in a world of duality as symbols of non-duality. Exclusion is necessary to perceive such a world, but when perceiving it to be a symbol of non-duality, the separation it seems to cause is just another symbol of non-duality. See hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life.

Applying hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation is also gonna undo the belief separation.

It does not matter which one of these hacks that you use or if they are mixed. It all boils down to acknowledging, that just like in a dream, you do not know what and where you are.

Without contrasts a world where there seems to be more than one cannot be experienced. So when both sides of contrast, for example light and darkness, are included, there is nothing to experience and thus nothing to hide that which cannot be experienced, since it takes more than one to experience something. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

APPENDIX:
As it takes more than one to include something, and there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless, it is of course just as illusionary to be inclusive as it is to be exclusive. But contrary to exclusiveness, which enhances the belief in separation, inclusiveness undoes it.

When not being exclusive but inclusive there is no need to hide unpleasant feelings, since they are cancelled out when included. Thus you are free to hate somebody as much as like or love your cat with all what you have.

That being said, by excluding what you judge not to be special you can enjoy appearing to be special and still having the belief in being someone at all undone if you include what you exclude (see Duality Hack #3) or perceive the excluded as a symbol of that which is one (see Duality Hack #2) or you pretend to be special (see Duality Hack #1).

This does not mean, however, that the duality hacks will transform you into the formlessness of that which is one because whether you appear to be so-called spiritual or mundane, your appearance is nothing but empty space. The hacks simply replace the belief, that you are someone definitive with the belief that you are a symbol of oneness or the belief that you pretend to be someone you are not, or that you are alone together with a vision of a world where there seems to be more than one (respectively Duality Hack #2, Duality Hack #1 and Duality Hack #8).

Since there is no more than that which is one, because it is formless and therefore endless, a world where there seems to be more than one is make-believe. And as there is no exception from this, the duality hacks in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are also make-believe. Yet they undo the belief, that it is possible to be someone definitive. Hence there is nobody to believe anything.

Though these beliefs are just as illusionary as any other one, they undo them all – including those about transformation, soul, divine consciousness, awakening and whatnot. Hence the belief that you are someone definitive does not seem to hide, there is no more than the formlessness of oneness since formlessness is endless.

Inclusiveness turns death into a portal to that which is one [DRAFT]

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

This graphical illustration of a so-called out-of-body-experience is not entirely correct, because you as the observer of it do not see yourself out-of-body. You seem to experience the event from another angle than usual, and so you conclude you are outside of the body. Yet you have never been in the body, neither outside of it. It is nothing but make-believe. In the moment of death*, however, the brain does not have enough oxygen to uphold the images sustaining this belief. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 1:
In the moments of death, the brain does not have enough oxygen to fabricate an image of a tangible world appearing to be outside of you, neither inside.

When you experience a world, where there seems to be more than one, thoughts and feelings are judged as caused by it, but at the moment of death* the brain is not able to fabricate an image of a world outside of you, and so thoughts and feelings are just there without any cause and effect.

Instead first all your excluded thoughts and then feelings, that you no longer can connect to a tangible world outside of you, chaotically are rushing by, until there is no more. Hence there is not something to hide, there is nothing but that which is one.

That is if you did not stop in the tracks of thoughts or feelings rushing by in an attempt to place them outside of you or into something better, because if you do, you are stuck in the thoughts and feelings, since there is nothing outside of you, because there is no more than that which is one, and it takes more than one to have an outside.

For the same reason, this cannot be escaped by arranging for something better to be achieved in the future, because there is nothing but one perpetual present. And there is not a body where you can hide what you do not like.** Neither can you exclude thoughts and feelings by projecting them onto a tangible world, as there are no memories of anything tangible since it was an illusion fabricated by the brain, and it is not working.

Out-of-body is just as hallucinatory as in the body. That which is you is neither in or outside of anything. It is the formlessness of everything.

To make long short, by not being exclusive but inclusive your appearance in a world where there seems to be more than one is a simple ride, and the moment of death* is a portal to that which is one. No fear is holding you back when everything is included, and so there is nothing to hide that which is you is no different from that which is one.

When the TV screen is blank, there is no world to see there. What you see is what you believe to be, which is also what you see, when there appears to be a world on the TV screen, as the world is in the eye of the beholder. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 2:
A near-death experience can be compared to watching a movie on the TV screen. Suddenly it turns blank, and only the sound is left. The world that the TV broadcast is gone and there is nothing but the sound of your thoughts.

When death is about to set in, the brain starts running out of oxygen, so it does have not enough to fabricate the usual images of a world defined by time and space. Instead, it invents tunnels of light or other images, that it is conditioned to broadcast as a near-death experience in order to calm you down, so you do not panic when you are unable to experience a world defined by time and space, and start to sense that what you believe to be there is dying.

But if you do not believe to be someone at all, there is nobody experiencing tunnels of light or whatnot. Neither is there anybody who needs to see calming images, as there is nobody in a panic because nobody is dying.

At the moment of death, you are sucked into a black hole. That is if you do not try to define it because then you uphold the belief in being someone definitive. When the light at the edges of the black hole explodes into a light so bright that there is not something specific to experience, you feel like exploding too, and if not avoiding it the nothingness of you gently falls into the formlessness of that which is one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 3:
When the body is dying, the brain cannot produce a world that confirms the belief that there is more than that which is one. Hence there is nothing to hide, there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one. That is if you do not hang onto fragments of thoughts about such a world. If so it feels very claustrophobic that it cannot be shared with somebody else, as the formlessness of oneness has no room for more than one.

If you believe, that you can be at one a soulmate, the universe, god and whatnot, the formlessness of oneness will seem claustrophobic to you, as it takes more than one to be at one with anything, and it has no room for no more than one.

So to the degree that you believe there is more than that which is one, it will seem very scary and claustrophobic, when the tangibility of a world where there seems to be more than one cannot be felt.

Yet there is no such need if the belief that there is more than that which is one is undone, which it is when everything in a world where there seems to be more than one is included, as that cancels out the apparent difference between all your experience so that there is no experience, and therefore nothing to hide that which cannot be experienced, namely the formlessness of that which is one.

As it takes more than one to have a problem there is not a single one in that which is one – neither anything to fear.

In other words, the inclusion of everything experienced does not result in you embodying everything and therefore being at one with the universe. On the contrary, your apparent existence as someone definitive is over, because when nothing is excluded, there is not something to define you.

For the same reason, there are no memories left of a world where there seems to be more than one, nor a sigh of relief from having escaped it. In other words, there is no more than that which always was and will be, namely the formlessness of oneness.

At the moment of death thoughts passes by very rapidly. Due to lack of oxygen in the brain, thoughts cannot make the world seem to appear. It is thoughts and thoughts only They are followed by their more tangible version, feelings. If you hang onto any thought or feeling, it will for sure feel like hell.

They are followed by their more tangible version, feelings. If you hang onto any thought or feeling, it will, for sure feel like hell.

APPENDIX
When the body is in the process of stopping to function (called death), you are about to end as a person in the world. The world is about to be finished as well, but before it is totally over, thoughts pass by in an unstructured fashion.

If you have not already realized, that the world of duality is a mistake, that needs to be erased, this may frighten you because due to lack of oxygen in the brain, the thoughts do not have the power to fabricate an image of the world as if is real, neither as you as an entity defined by time and space. It is thoughts and thoughts only, and if you hang onto any of them in an attempt to keep or dismiss things from your time as a person in the world, you are stuck in a world of thoughts.

While seeming to be a person in the world of duality ways to correct the mistake of choosing that instead of non-duality can be pretending to be a person or seeing everything in the world of duality as symbols of non-duality. Enlightenment correct the mistake of the world instantly, as it is erased by light.

You will hang onto or dismiss some thoughts if you have not accepted them all, while your body and the brain was functioning well. To accept them all, you must not try to stop them by meditation or similar techniques but simply see them all. The easiest way to see all thoughts are by relating to other persons, while you seem to be in the world, and project your thoughts onto them. See my article The YOU finger and the three ME fingers.

If you pass thoughts in the process of dying, the same procedure will be repeated with feelings, and if you are not stuck there, you have lefty the belief in the illusion of time and space. You are formless. That is freedom – to be free is to be one and one only. One cannot think or feel, because it takes two to do anything, and so one is very peaceful.

Being wrong feels great

PART 1:
What do you get, when you keep peeling off layers of an onion? Nothing. The same applies to peel off layers of the personality. It is there so that you can pretend, there is something where there is nothing. Hence you should not peel off its layers if you want to appear as if you are someone in a world of duality.

Nothing needs to be changed in the virtual world of a game you are playing in order for you to leave it, except the belief that you are there. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Nothing in a world of duality – including whatever you believe to be – needs to be changed or transformed in order for it not to hide non-duality. It is the belief that you are in a world of duality, that needs to be undone. In the context of such a belief this can be compared to playing a game there. If you believe to be in its virtual world, returning to reality seems difficult, until this belief is undone.

Neither should you do that, if you want to undo the belief in duality. Layers are a basic element of duality, so if you take them seriously – and peeling them off is to take them seriously – you enhance the belief in duality. So if you do not want the belief in duality to hide non-duality, it is best not to deal with the layers of the personality, but how come you have chosen to believe, that you are a person in a world of duality.

Your choice of belief is based on what is in it for you, so as long as you believe, the apparent endless possibilities in a world of duality gives you more than non-duality, which only has no more to offer than the peace of oneness, you will keep looking for more in a world of duality.

As that which is you id no different from the formlessness of that which is one, and as what is formless is endless there is no more than that which is one. In other words, it is not possible to have fun or anything else, as to have something requires more than one. Yet it is possible to imagine a world where there seems to be more than one and have fun there, provided thar you do not foget it is not real. It is just something you pretend. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one and as formlessness is endless, there is no more than that which is one. In other words, it is not possible to have fun, be sad or anything else, as to be or have something requires more than one. Yet it seems possible to imagine, that you are someone in a world where there seems to be more than one and therefore can have fun and much more – just like within the context of such a world, it is possible to imagine being something you are not in a role-playing game, which can be quite entertaining provided you do not forget, that whatever you experience there is make-believe. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The question, therefore, you should ask is if more money, more fame, more respect, more freedom, more peace, more love, or whatever you are trying to achieve more of in a world of duality results in more satisfaction. Very few, however, want to examine, if being and having more feels right, because if the answer is no, they are wrong, and this is to be avoided at any price.

In reality, though it feels great to acknowledge, that I am wrong in believing, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one because this means there is nobody with a need to fit into a world of duality by participating in the race for more.

You do not make a difference in the world, because that which is you is not there

A world where there seems to be more than one appears to be like a game, that is rigged. To work around this, you must remember that the game is scripted by you. This is not easy to remember because part of the script is to forget. Yet remembering that you are the author, you know that being someone definitive is a fiction. Hence nothing needs to be undone except the belief, that it is real. The animation is grabbed from the web.

Your appearance as someone definitive in a world of duality can be compared to watching a movie, that has been scripted by yourself. This, however, you tend to forget, because it is in the script that you do so. But if you manage to remember that you are the author, you know that it is all make-believe. Hence no changes are needed to leave duality but the undoing of the belief, that it is real. The animation is grabbed from the web.

PART 2:
To assume that you are in charge and can change what you appear to be in a world of duality can be compared to thinking, that you are in charge of the world in a video game and can change the character you pretend to be there. That you change something in such a game is an illusion, because nothing can happen there except what is programmed to happen, so every change remains within the script of the world.

The real world can never be realised, if you believe to be in a scripted world. In such a world, however, it is possible to realise that reality is not scripted.

In other words, there is nothing you can change in a world of duality but how to perceive it. Well, you can also choose not to perceive it, so that your belief in duality does not appear to hide non-duality.

The conclusion, however, is not that in non-duality you are in charge because in non-duality there is no more than that which is one and therefore nothing to be in charge of. Neither is there a need for anything, as non-duality is formless and therefore everything, so you lack nothing. That is, if you do not start to wonder, what if there is more than that which is one.

We do not see the world as it is, but as we think it is. Furthermore we do not think. We project specific meaning on specific frequencies that seems to pass by and then we conclude those frequencies are our thoughts. But they are all meaningless frequencies. Life has no need for meaning. It is everything and it takes something outside of everything to have a meaning about it … and there is nothing else than everything. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

We do not see the world as it is, because there is no world. It is just something that we think. Furthermore, we do not think. We project specific meaning on meaningless frequencies and conclude those frequencies are our thoughts. And then we divide ´our´ thoughts into right and wrong, good and bad so that they appear to be tangible and the world they symbolise, therefore, seems to be real. But it a fabricated reality. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Duality can be said to be a world on top of non-duality founded on the idea, that there is more than that which is one. But as the oneness of non-duality is formless it is endless, there is no world outside of it. Hence no matter how much more you seem to become and get outside of non-duality, it is make-believe.

This does not mean, that you must stop looking for more in order to have this make-believe undone, because if you perceive more as a symbol of that which is no more than one, namely non-duality, regardless how much more you appear to be or have, you are still a symbol of non-duality, because without it you could not imagine to divide it into a world of duality.

When you are a symbol of non-duality in a world of duality, you are not there – just like within the context of duality no matter what you appear to be in a game you are playing, your appearance there is not real. It is just a symbol.

Check hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life if you want to read more about seeing everything in the world as symbols.

You have no choice but to be that which is you, because it is that which is one. Yet you can choose to believe you are not the formlessness of that which is you but an appearance defined by time and space. This choice though does not change anything, because there is no more than that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

You have no choice but to be the formlessness of that which is one because what is formless is endless, so there is no more than that which is one and consequently nothing to choose. Yet it seems possible to imagine, that one can choose not to be formless and instead appear as if it is someone definitive in a world defined by time and space. This imagination though does not change anything, because there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 3:
To feel horny or full of compassion is the same illusion in the sense, that it takes more than one to feel something and there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one, as formlessness is endless and therefore everything.

This does not mean that feelings should be denied when the experience is that you are someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. Doing that would be to deny, it is you who have chosen to ignore that which is one in order to experience a world where there seems to be more than one because you believe its apparent endless possibilities beat the one and only possibility of that which is one, namely peace.

It is not possible to choose that which is you but to not choose what is not you

Denying that this is your choice, it appears to be hidden, and therefore out of reach. It is therefore in your own best interest not to deny it and play along with the desires it entails of being and having more than that which is one because this will make it possible for you to see if this actually brings about more fulfilment.

In other words, if becoming and having more does not bring about lasting satisfaction, you know that feeling dissatisfied is your own choice. And that is all you need to know in order to make a new choice because it happens automatically when you have acknowledged being wrong.

You may think the above is a little vague and that you need to do more, but that is most likely because you believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, and it is founded on the need for more.

Ultimately there is no choice, as that requires more than one, and that which is you is no different from that which is one.

In the formlessness of oneness, however, there is no need for more, because formlessness is endless and therefore everything. So as there is no more than the formlessness of oneness and as it takes more than one to choose something, there is nothing to choose.

Hence any choice will result in you still appearing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. That is unless you choose not to appear as if you are someone there, which is done by not choosing anything. And that happens automatically, when you see that being and having more does not result in more fulfilment.

[incl] NOTES To be inclusive is to be ´alone together´

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

If you do not try to find a scapegoat in the world, where you can unload your own negativity, but instead include it as yours, you set the world free and yourself as well, because just like electricity needs the negative pole as much as the positive one, so do you, if you do not want the exclusion of negativity to establish you as a victim of the world and hence a prisoner of it. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Inclusion sets you free, including the parts of you appearing to be outside of you because they are not used as scapegoats to store excluded thoughts and feelings.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

It is not only by projecting upsetting feelings onto others that you imprison them. Projecting feelings of love onto others imprison both them and you as well.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

To fall in love is exactly that: A fall. No worries. You are on your feet again, when whatever you experience to fall in love with is included, as then there is no separation and therefore nobody to love. There is just love.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The inclusion of upsetting feelings does not result in you feeling less constrained, but feeling so will not bother you.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Inclusion cancels out the effect of exclusion, which is separation, and without that, the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one cannot survive. In other words, you know that there is nothing to fear because, just like in a dream, you are not there. It is just make-believe. Knowing this, there is no world to escape.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

What you pretend to be, you are not, so if you pretend to be someone in a world based on exclusion, you are not excluded from that which is you, namely that which is pretending to be there.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The end of a person is not the beginning of something new. Nothing is finished except for the belief that you are someone definitive in a world defined by time and space. When this belief is no more, nothing appears to hide that which always was and always is, namely one perpetual present.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

No matter how beautiful something is defined, it will confirm separation and therefore seems to cause suffering. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Those defining themselves as a vegetarian believe it is better for them and/or the world to not eat meat. In other words, to be someone definitive is not a fact but a belief based on what is excluded.

It is not possible to hack this belief by meditation or other techniques supposed to stop or transform something, as such ideas are founded on exclusion, which is what defines you as someone definitive and therefore separated from everything else.

But by being inclusive, there is nothing to define you as someone. You are nobody, and so there are no definitions to hide that which is you, namely the formlessness of one perpetual present.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Be happy each time you notice the same thoughts occurring again and again. It is most likely excluded thoughts that are begging to be included.

To include them is to be them, and to be them is to be confused and not knowing what is going on. In other words, not being able to define anything everything is included and thus not separated from the formlessness of oneness.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Every time you believe somebody to be different from you, you exclude them in order for you not to be what you perceive them to be. This belief causes suffering. Yet by not being exclusive but inclusive, the belief is easily undone.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

In order to have compassion for somebody, they must be judged to be different from you. Thus compassion is an act of exclusion and therefore to inflict suffering.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When everything in a world where there seems to be more than one is included, there is not something that needs to be finished, because one perpetual present is not hidden by the idea of linear time.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The animation is grabbed from the web.

The animation is grabbed from the web.

Thoughts cannot be stopped, but they can be included. When not excluded, they lose the meaning you have projected on them. Hence you are in a state of not-knowing, and so there is nobody to suffer.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

It is not easy being inclusive if you believe what you include is real. But when you know appearing to be a person in a world where there seems to be more than one is not real but make-believe, it is so easy to include the good experiences as well as the bad ones – just like the apparent difference between the happiness of winning and the sadness of loosing in a game makes no difference when not pretending to be in its world.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When you do not perceive differences to make a difference, you can have fun pretending that they do.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

It may seem scary to include, that a world where there seems to be more than one is not a fact but a fiction, that can be compared to the world of a movie. Nothing in it is real, since reality is the formlessness of oneness, and formlessness is endless, so there is no more than that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

One way to include what is excluded is to change the word ´you´ with ´I´, so when saying ´you are this and that´ it is replaced with ´I am this and that´. In Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, the apparent difference between non-student and non-teacher makes no difference because there is no mo than that which is one. In other words, Alexius is not just the non-teacher but also the non-student or vice versa. This includes all those appearing neither to be non-teacher or non-student.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Sometimes the fastest way to include feelings is to breathe through them. But as this may seem to cause pain, it may not be the easiest way. That is until the pain is included as well.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When there is no more to include, there does not appear to be more than that which always was and is, namely that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Everything can be included in one fell swoop by remembering to forget what and where you believe to be.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

No matter how many copies you make of a digital movie, photo or music album and how the copies are used, nothing is missing from the original. It is unchanged. The same applies to that which is one, no matter how much more you appear to be and have in a world, where there seems to be more than one, oneness remains unchanged. It is formless, so there is not something to change – neither is there something that can disappear. Yet it is possible to believe that copied, remixed and extended versions of oneness can hide that there is no more than that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The more you get, the more the brain rewards your greed by releasing more dopamine and endorphins, so you feel more high on yourself. It never last, however, so you must always look for more – or use the illusion that it is possible to have more and more exposed as empty space, that appears to hide there is no more than that which is one because you believe, there is something where there is nothing.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

To be and have more only seems necessary, because you experience to be someone in a world outside the formlessness of oneness. But as formlessness is endless, there is nothing outside of it, so the experience of being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is make-believe.

When you sense this, you do not believe a world where there seems to be more than one ever had anything to offer – just like you once stopped believing Santa Claus ever brought you any gifts.

That which is one has a built-in safeguard mode, that starts simulating a world where there seems to be more than one, if you believe to be separated from the oneness of that which is you, so you do not have to feel lonesome while having this belief.

The simulation turns off the moment, you stop believing it is possible to exclude or be excluded from that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

To exclude a feeling is to not be it and to include it is to be it – and being it, you are not scared of it anymore.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

To include a feeling is not to understand it but to be it, which is done by fully expressing it to those, you are assuming to have caused it. Not physically speaking though because it is your mind that you are accusing somebody else of having caused your feeling, so you express it there.

Do not be ashamed if you burst out in anger. Exposing feelings without shame is to include them. Should you feel ashamed, do not try to stop it, but include it … and if you cannot help trying to stop it, you include you hold back.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The first step of solving a problem is to locate it, and in the case of believing you are someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, the problem is not in such a world or what you appear to be there – neither inside it.

If it feels humiliating going to prison in a game like Monopoly, the problem is not in the world of the game but in the mind of the player, where it is easy to correct, since there is no jail. The problem is make-believe, and that applies to any problem in a world where there seems to be more than one as well. That is why it must be solved where make-believe is fabricated.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Not knowing what and where you are is the fastest shortcut to turn off the simulation of a world where there seems to be more than one.

Another shortcut is to defocus*, as without focus the apparent differences of such a world cannot be experienced and thus neither separation.

[incl] PMT_app No belief can survive inclusion, because a belief is based on excluding something

Separation is make-believe. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 1:
If you are into giving or sending love, you believe separation is the reality, as without division there would be no ´you´ to give or send love to ´others´. The same applies to be empathic with others or some other do-gooder idea. Any kind of being excludes something, so that you can become someone, who makes a difference by generously giving to those you judge to be or have less than you.

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As it takes more than one to believe in something, it is not possible to believe in anything in the reality of that which is one, unless imagined there is more than that which is one

The imagination of this can be compared to covering your eyes with your hands, so there does not appear to be anything else than the fantasy. To this illusion all that is needed is to take away your hands.

Believing Santa Claus is bringing gifts to all good children one night a year does not change anything. The gifts are coming from your parents. Likewise believing that it is possible to be and have more than which is one is not gonna make it real. Yet this childish belief hides the obvious, namely that there is no more than that which is one.

To have something specific is not possible, as there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one. But to have everything is not just possible, it is the reality of oneness, because formlessness is endless.

Any belief is an exclusion of that which is one, as it takes more than one to believe something. The inclusion of a belief, however, undoes the idea that there is more than that which is one. In other words, no need to stop giving or sending love or anything else you believe to be real, as the inclusion of this nonsense undoes the value you attributed to give and receive love and therefore that it is possible to be separated from that which is one.

Taking everything personal is a way way to keep distance and therefore to confirm separation and that you are something special. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Taking everything personal is a way to enhance the belief in being someone definitive, who is separated from a world experienced to be outside of what you believe to be. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 2:
If you judge for example the wind to have the power to change your state of mind, you believe to be a person in a world where there seems to be more than one and the wind to do something personally to you, even though it does not know you. This applies as well to the other appearance that looks like you. They do not know you – neither themselves, because there is no self. Hence it is make-believe that something personal has ever been done to you.

The sun never rises or sets, because it does not move around the earth. It is the earth, that moves around the sun, but as you consider yourself to be the crown of creation, you think you are the centre of everything.

What seems to be you is a fabrication based on what you perceive to be moving around you, and as that perception is the result of what you have excluded from what you believe to be you, what is perceived to be outside of you is experienced as very personal.

Whether you perceive to give love or hate, the belief in separation is enhanced, because only if you believe that you and the receiver is separated can you perceive to give something.

Although it appears to cause much pain keeping a personality together by perceiving a personal world outside of it, you compulsively go on to judge everything as personal, because that is the way to hide the impersonal reality of that which is one.

To be a boy, you must exclude being a girl, and so defined as a boy you long for the girl you have excluded – and vice versa. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

To be a boy, you must exclude being a girl – and so defined as a boy you long for the girl you have excluded – and vice versa. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 3:
If you do not adjust to the established concepts of a world where there seems to be more than one and make sure to appear as a man when you have a penis or a woman when you have none, you are judged as a traitor to society and thus excluded from it. This separation makes both those that seem to be part of society those excluded from feeling more alive, as they mistake separation the feeling of being someone definitive for being alive.

Nobody is born a boy or a girl though. Those concepts are just like the value added to the colour of skin, age and whatnot appearing to define you as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one are a construction of thoughts compiled to keep everybody in predefined categories so that they are confirmed as someone definitive separated from a world defined to be outside of them. But you cannot be someone definitive, as it takes more than one to be someone, and you are that which is you is the formlessness of oneness.

You are not an American, a Russian, a Christian or a musician. You are nothing at all. It is just something you want to believe, so that you appear to be and something contrary to the formless of oneness, that has nothing, as it takes more than one to have something.

Yet it seems possible to believe that you are someone definitive and maintain that belief by following the concepts of the world. This conditioning may seem as if it is forced upon you by parents and society. But that is not so. You freely adhere to them in order to be in the rat race for being and having more than that which is one.

This is not to say, that you must stop this in order to not hide the formlessness of that which is one by the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one. As such a world is not real, you need not change anything there, but the belief that you are there.

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

What you want to hide from your personality, you exclude by projecting it onto others, so that you can be defined as better than them. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 4:
Being exclusive you appear to be the opposite of what you exclude. If you exclude what you judge to be bad, for example, you appear to be good. In other words, you are defined by what you exclude. That is the way to be somebody in a world where there seems to be more than one.

The main reason for being exclusive is that being inclusive you will not appear to be entirely correct but also mistaken, and being mistaken must be avoided at any cost in order not to be reminded of your original mistake, namely to believe in separation.

To be inclusive instead of exclusive is not complicated at all but plain simply, as all you have to do is to not exclude. If you, however, are not aware of how you continuously exclude something judged to be bad in order to make others appear as wrong and you as right, you cannot choose not to exclude and thus stop the glorification of separation.

You do not become nobody by excluding what makes you appear to be someone specific but by including it. When everything definable is included there is nothing excluded to define you as someone specific.

But when you realise that being someone definitive in a world in a world where there seems to be more than one does not have a happy ending no matter how much you exclude in order to become better, you know choosing to be exclusive is not in your own best interest and so you are ready to stop it. As that means you are all-inclusive, there is nobody but you. You are alone together with the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one.

When nothing is excluded there is no feeling of being something, neither of being alone or anything else, as there is no more than the formlessness of oneness, and it takes more than one to be something.

It does not seem to hide that which is one anymore though because it is no different from that the oneness of that which is you.

If you focus on the contrasts of this image, you probably end up deducing something and therefore conclude, you are someone definitive looking at something that you understand. But if you defocus, the contrasts disappears and there is not something to deduce and therefore nothing to understand. When you do not understand anything, you do not know what and where you are and so there is no knowledge to hide that which cannot be known, namely the formlessness of oneness. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

»Confirmation bias refers to a type of selective thinking whereby one tends to notice and to look for what confirms one´s beliefs, and to ignore, not look for, or undervalue the relevance of what contradicts one´s beliefs.« The Skeptic´s Dictionary.

PART 5:
Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings
are written from the perspective of nobody, but as most fight hard to appear as if they are somebody, they automatically twist them into something that confirms their belief in being unique.

To make it look as if there is more than one in the world, your thoughts are constantly used fabricate an image of somebody appearing to be outside of the thoughts you have compiled to be you. In this way, specific thoughts establish you as someone thinking them and other thoughts of you meeting somebody else.

Alexius has no compassion for anybody because he sees nobody. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

When you do not believe the division of thoughts into me and them makes a difference the fabrication of you as someone definitive cannot be upheld. In other words, when the specific thoughts, that are excluded from what appears to be you in order to make it appear as if there are more than you, are included instead, there does not appear to be anybody outside of you and therefore nobody to acknowledge you like somebody.

If you want to believe, that you are unique with your own path to follow and that there is someone special only for you, you do not want the reality of that which is one, because in the formlessness of oneness nobody is unique, since it requires more than one to be unique or anything at all. In other words, there is nobody in the formlessness of oneness. Neither anywhere else, as formlessness is endless.

Hence there is no separation and thus nobody else but you. Not the limited you, that you believe to be, but that which is everything, namely the formlessness of oneness. See also hack #3.3 Phasing out the personality by not being exclusive.

Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

But as that which is everything is formless, it seems to be nothing in a world defined by time and space, so most choose to interpret not being exclusive but inclusive as a way to own one´s thoughts or to accept, as this implies they are someone definitive understanding Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. Yet they forget, that to understand them is to not know what they are about because the formlessness of oneness cannot be known since there is no more than that which is one.

Believing to be someone specific you want to feel validated by resonating with somebody or something perceived to be like-minded.. If you find such validation in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings you have overlooked their basic message, namely that there is no more than that which is one and therefore nothing to resonate with.

When the duality hacks are applied there is nobody to understand them because they neutralise all contrasts, and without them, there is not something to perceive, neither someone to perceive anything.

What you seem to think or do only matters if you believe, you are someone specific. When you are nobody nothing matters, neither if you seem to think or do as if it does, because there is no ´I´ with the intention of manifesting itself to be somebody.

So if you had expected inclusion to be the way to something new, you have gotten it wrong. Inclusion leads to nothing. But when there is nothing, there is not something to hide there is no more than the formlessness of oneness.

The idea of living in the now is an attempt to exclude what is judged to be bad, so you can be judged as good. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The idea of getting freedom and power from living in the now is an attempt to exclude what is judged to be bad so you can be judged as good and only that. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

APPENDIX:
There seem to be certain thoughts, that need to be avoided before you can be living in the now. according to the concepts established about the nowThis means, however, that you are not living now but later.

More to the point, you are living in the past, because the now that is supposed to come when negative thoughts and whatnot has been excluded is a result of your past ideas or doctrines about what is now and what is now, whereas in a perfect moment everything is now, since it includes everything, no matter if you are thinking of the past in a regretting or happy way, or about the future in a worried or excited fashion.

Who but those, who judge others to be bad, have the need to appear as good?

In other words, the search for freedom in the now is an attempt to escape the present moment as it is by editing it and thereby avoiding its intimacy.

NOTES:

  • For the not so spiritual-minded person, the goal may be to be a bad-ass, but that is just another way of following concepts of how to become someone definitive so you can fence off the intimacy of being all-inclusive by always respond in relation to the personality you have created.
  • This article is part of hack #3.1 Every moment is the perfect moment.

[incl] The belief in separation seems to hide there is no more than that which is one

The dream of a spiritual personality in a perfectly balanced body that brings about a constant state of peace and tranquillity can only be upheld by closing your eyes for what you judge not to be perfect and peaceful. In other words, your dream of perfection requires something to be excluded. Hence that which is one is fenced off because it is all-inclusive. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 1:
In a relationship, special concepts and exceptional memories are cherished as if you together are something exceptional, so when you experience something that fits into your established way of being together, your relationship is established unique and together you can laugh or be upset about other relations.

Common concepts of what is right or wrong is used in movies to manipulate us into thinking we feel something specific – just like certain concepts of the world may fool you into feeling your country or state of mind as the best.

When you do not believe all the concepts regarding New Year, for example, you will see that without them it may not feel new.

In other words, what you appear to feel while watching a movie, is not based on the movie but thoughts popping up from the past about what you judge as right and wrong. If you check what you actually feel, you are in most cases not touched by the movie at all. It is solely something that you think. The same applies to be attracted by a certain body type. The attraction is based on memories of something you have categorised as the right fit.

A perfect body cannot be felt, because there is no such thing. Yet the feeling of not being perfect can be felt, and as that feeling of frustration is the means to feel you are someone definitive, so though you may hide your frustrations, they serve you well, because being frustrated about not being perfect, the belief in separation and therefore you as someone definitive is enhanced. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

You wish that you feel something in regard to seeing, what you judge to be a perfect body, but you do not feel anything because the idea of a perfect body is a thought construction of a body from where the parts that is judged not to be perfect is excluded.

To not see your self-deception, you imagine what you can do to the fragments of the body, you have judged to be perfect. Rules are established of how to interact so you can hide, you have no feelings invested in the actual body – only in your imagination of it. The same applies if you are attracted to a specific type of personality.

If you are accused of being shallow in such a relation, you can prove your commitment to it by pointing to the rules, that you strictly adhere to. Yet it is nothing but a construction of thoughts used to avoid real intimacy, as, in closeness, the belief in separation will go down the drain so that there is nothing to hide, there is no more than the intimacy of that which is one.

You are defined by what you judge not to be you. In other words, you do not want to make peace in the world. You need the bad guy to be there, so can you appear as the good one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

You are defined by what you judge yourself not to be. In other words, you do not want peace in the world, because you need the bad guys to contrast, the image you have made of yourself as the good one doing the right thing. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 2:
To include what upsets you will not transform it but simply stop it from upsetting you. You do not even know what is not upsetting you anymore. The memory of it is gone. So if you, for example, want to forget your ex, you simply include your memories of the relationship completely unedited.

If the apparent difference in the height of persons are not perceived to make a difference, you are not defined as neither small or tall.

To include the memories of rejection is to totally be the memories, as that means they cannot be contrasted and therefore not defined. Hence you are not someone, who has been rejected. From this follows that inclusion does not establish you into someone definitive but as nothing.

That is why you must go on excluding, if you want to someone in the world, as what you exclude is what defines you to like someone. Yet you cannot be exclusive without cherishing the belief in separation, which is the cause of loneliness.

When there is no need to be validated as someone definitive, it does not matter, if  others seems to induce feelings of sadness or happiness, because there is nobody to pick them up.

In other words, as believing to be someone definitive seems to limit the formlessness of oneness, it entails an experience of suffering, and as there is no suffering in life, it seems hidden to you. Not believing to be someone definitive, however, brings nothing definitive and so there is not something definable to hide the formlessness of that which is life.

Detachment can be compared to an ostrich sticking its head in the sand. Nothing has changed and nothing will until you stop believing, that you are someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 3:
To become detached from the world, it must be excluded, and being exclusive is like an ostrich sticking its head in the sand.

But why try to be detachment from the world in order to be free from it? As that which is one is formless and therefore endless, a world, where there seems to be more than one is not real. Hence it has no power to hide what is real unless you give that power by believing it is real.

The belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, is based on exclusion, so when exclusion is included, the belief is undone.

In other words, it is not a world where there seems to be more than one that seems to hide there is no more that which is one, but the belief that there is more than one.

Including everything does not mean, you must include something you do not like, but that you do not like it is included.

But if your perception of the world is totally included instead of excluded part of it you do not like by blaming others for having caused it, the apparent difference between you and other appearances does not make a difference – and so there is no basis for the belief that is more than that which is one.

334a68cb-c7d2-49a2-b282-efb865866789PART 4:
Psychologically speaking it is said that you showcase yourself to be in the world perceived to be outside of you is the opposite of what you feel to be in the world inside of you. If this is so, it follows that when you participate in the rat race for being and having more than the formlessness of that which is one in the world that appears to be outside of you, inside of you there is a feeling that it is not possible to be and have more than the formlessness of oneness.

This applies to everybody in a world where there seems to be more than one, as you cannot survive in such a world without getting more air, more food, more clothes, more money and whatnot. In other words, we are all part of the same assumption, namely that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one – and we all feel that it is not so.

Forgiveness is only needed, when somebody is judged to be different. But when you see, that this judgement is based on a mistake, it is not forgiveness that is needed but correction of the mistake, which is the belief that he apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one make a difference.

That is why we often rejoice when the police catch a thief because then we can project our guilt of being in the rat race for more on someone else. We do not want to see, that we do not differ from a thief in the sense that we all want as much as possible for as little as possible, even though we sense there is something wrong.

That we do not differ from each other basically speaking does not mean, that you should try to stop being aware of our apparent differences, but that you do not have to perceive them to make a difference. Neither does it mean you should love everybody. On the contrary. Now you are free to hate what you dislike and love what you like because the apparent difference makes no difference.

In other words, the perception that apparent differences do not make a difference is not meant as a way to suppress feelings but to equally enjoy them.

PMT_app Harmony hides that which is one

img2155-edit

As harmony and balance require more than one, the search for it seems to hide there is no more than that which is one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1: To be balanced and in harmony seems to be the goal for many seekers in a world where there seems to be more than one. But as nothing in such a world can be experienced as something specific without a specific contrast, you cannot experience to be harmonious without its contrast.

So when you want more harmony – which you eventually will crave, as being and/or having more is the reason for believing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one – you must also experience more of its contrast.

In other words, to experience more harmony in yourself and/or the world, you must also experience more violent feelings. Hence you seem to be torn apart by a fight between good and evil again. That is until you do not favour one contrast over the other but include them precisely as they occur to be.

When furious feelings are expressed they often comes out in sentences like »You are this and that …«. If it is changed into »I am this and that …«, it is much easier to include those feelings, so the belief that you are someone definitive can be undone.

This is not meant to say, that you must stop blaming others. On the contrary. Blaming others is the easiest way of exposing, what you have excluded, so that it can be included instead. See for example the article The YOU finger and the three ME fingers.

When included they the two sides of the contrast are not separated,  and as that momentarily rubs off on other contrast, there is no separation to uphold the belief in being someone definitive. Hence this belief does not hide, there is no more than that which is one.

You are very vulnerable when perceived as definable, but not being someone definitive you are untouchable. The way to not be perceived as definable is to not exclude anything and thus include everything, as that leaves nothing to define you. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The experience of something cannot survive inclusion
Harmony and balance are not the only attributes the special self* insist that comes from being in control. It also claims that it results in more love, wealth, freedom, power and consciousness, for example. It strongly believes that being in control is preferable to be at service as the latter makes it impossible to make a difference and thus to perceive itself as special.

Much energy is required to uphold the perception of being special and thus getting more. That is why more energy and/or power is the best-selling point for capitalistic companies and most so-called spiritual movements, as their apparent existence is based on enhancing the belief that we are unique beings that should not settle for something basic but something special.

It may seem, as if there is a force outside of us, that cannot be controlled. But that is only because we want to believe it is not part of ourselves and we, therefore, can perceive ourselves as a victim of the world. The special self* thrives from this separation of the perceived and the one perceiving it, so if included, it has nothing to live from.

Not perceiving to be special, it is basic, which is such a relief because it requires much work to uphold a perception of being special.

You cannot experience the bliss that comes from not perceiving differences to make a difference, if you suppress the feelings upsetting you, as doing so they are established as different. In other words, you cannot recognise, that differences make no difference, if you do not start off by experiencing hate as well as love, bad as well as good and so on.

The special self,* however, does not want to realise this because it will rather make a difference that being nobody in the bliss of nothing. Read more about the nothingness of bliss in hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is pure bliss and hack #5.3 ´The empty breath´ and the bliss of not believing to be someone.

When you your perception of higher is included equally with your perception of low, the moment is perfect. This does not mean that you must value high and low in the same way, but simply that both values are included.

When your perception of high is included equally with your perception of low there is no separation between the opposing sides of this contrast. Hence they cannot be experienced anymore as something specific This does not mean, that you must attribute the same value to high as well as to low, but simply that your perception of both of them is included exactly as they appear to be. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 2:
Without the belief in contrasts, it is not possible to have an experience as if there is more than that which is one. In other words, a world, where there seems to be more than one is fabricated through contrasts – and so what has no contrast, namely that which is one, appears to be hidden by it.

When a contrast is included, its opposing sides cancel out each other. Hence you cannot help but smile, because there is nothing but empty space.

In such a world any thought or feeling needs to be contrasted in order to be experienced as if it is something specific and not just empty space. Hence there is no love to experience if you totally deny its contrast hate – neither can you experience beauty if you completely exclude what you judge as ugly.

If you are experiencing more and more love, but are denying its contrast hate, part of love will turn into hate, so that it can contrast how much love you specifically are getting. But If you also deny this hate, more love will turn into hate and in the end, there will be no more love to experience. That is until you do not deny hate. The same applies to any contrast of the world and it applies to both sides of them.

The body is full of suppressed thoughts and feelings, as that is where you try to hide what you judge to be the bad part of a contrast. Maybe this is experienced as headache, bloated stomach and whatnot, but since this is symptoms of exclusion, they are not healed before you include the excluded. See hack #4.3 To be a basic self is to be good enough.

As the oneness of life is inclusive and you being exclusive in order to be defined as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, what you believe to be is lifeless.

When the apparent difference between frame and content or between inanimate and animate objects in this image is perceived to not make a difference, the contrasts cannot hide the empty space they are constructed from. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Actually, it is nothing but empty space. And that is what is seen – or rather not seen, as it is only in a world where there seems to be more than one there appears to be something to see – when you do not perceive the apparent difference of the opposing sides in all the contrasts, that make up a world where there seems to be more than one, to make a difference.

Without differences, there is not something to take up a space of its own and there is no space in between anything. Hence there is nothing but the empty space in which the contrasts were imagined to be, and so there is not something to hide the formlessness of oneness.

APPENDIX:
To fully include a feeling of the moment is in no way about going deeper, being more truthful or more about anything else. It is just about including the feeling, as it is.

Inclusion – contrary to exclusion – makes a moment perfect.

Going deeper and being purer, for example, are ideas of the special self,* that is used to make sure it is wrapped up in the perception that difference makes a difference. Thus it cannot see nothing is wrong, and nothing is missing. Every moment is the perfect moment.

In a perfect moment you do not need more, nor less, so you do not need to be in control to make it better. Yet the idea of improving yourself and/or the world will most likely pop up again. No worries. It will not stress you if it is included.

To avoid being nothing, something must be excluded. But whether you appear to be nothing or something, you are non-existent, as there is no more than which is one is one and as it takes more than one to exist. So not excluding something, you are not nothing but everything, because that which is one is formless and therefore endless.

If you are afraid a perfect moment is not strong enough to dismiss the perception of being special, all you need to do about it is to not do anything but include the fear of that as well. Fear only appears to be there, when something is excluded, so by including everything as it is you are untouchable.**

*) Read about the special self in hack #4.1 The basic self versus the special one.

**) Being untouchable in a perfect moment has nothing to do with the condition of the body or the world. The body may partly or entirely break down, but even though this is experienced as painful, it will not make you suffer, because you are untouchable.

PMT A perfect moment does not require learning – only inclusion

Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings
about including both sides of a contrast, so that they cancel out each other* and leave you with nothing but a perfect moment is not meant to be a new religion or philosophy with special steps to learn and strictly to follow.

In the previous articles where there have been examples of contrasts like love and hate or good and bad, it is quite easy to figure out the opposite opponents of a contrast. But you do not need to be conscious about the opposite side of a certain thought or feeling in order to include both sides of the contrast.

It only make sense to talk about night, because we also are aware of its contrast day. And we would not know about light if not for darkness. So it makes no difference, if you are aware of both sides of a contrast or not, as long as you just include one side of it exactly as you perceive it.

You cannot experience just one thing. If you did you would not know what it is that you experience. You need the contrast of love, which is hate, to know you are in love. In other words, when including love as it is, hate is automatically included* – even though it often is on an unconscious level.

Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The inclusion of everything perceived in a moment is not complicated. If the Chinese wallpaper in this image is not part of the perception of the moment for the person eating in a Chinese restaurant, there is no need for him to include it.

Maybe he did not even noticed the food in the moment of this photo, but had a childhood memory popping up when being photographed. If so, including everything as it is perceived in the moment for him is to include the memory of his childhood and whatever thoughts or feeling arises from that.

This is what makes the moment perfect for him. Not Alexius shooting the photo, the Chinese food or the beautiful people passing by, because that is not his perception of the moment. His perception of the moment is of the past, and when that is included the moment is perfect now.

There are no rules but inclusion
It is inclusiveness that makes a moment perfect. If there is something you forget to include, you include forgetfulness, which automatically will include mindfulness as well, whether you are aware of this contrast or not.

A perfect moment can be compared to a zone where there is no concern and therefore no need to correct, transcend or transform anything.

The idea of living in the now is as most so-called spiritual ideas based on exclusion so that the belief in separation can be enhanced – in this case, it is the past and future that is excluded in order to find a separated point in between those called now. A perfect moment, however, is no based on separation, as it includes any memory of the past as well as expectations for the future.

Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

It can last a split second, but it may also seem as if you forever are in a state of daydreaming about nothing, or a short outburst of crying about the past, or a vision of a sensual kiss in the future. It lasts as long as you have no concern for a world where there seems to be more than one.

But measured in the linear time, it cannot last more than 20 minutes, 45 minutes at the most, as a world where there seems to be more than one constantly needs to be witnessed. If not, you will not experience it anymore. Neither anything else, as what you believed to be is no more. Not is the sense, that it has been replaced by something else, because it was never there, although the belief that it hid the formlessness of oneness.

To include everything does not mean you must stop to exclude. That would not be to include everything. You do not need to stop anything to undo the belief in separation. You simple include everything – also excluding.

No need to worry about getting it right. All that is needed for a moment to be perfect is to not be exclusive but inclusive – and you are automatically inclusive when not exclusive.

Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If this seems to be unsettling, include it, and you will see, that by including all parts of your experience of a world where everything seems to be different, their apparent difference makes no difference, and so the belief in separation, which is what makes you feel uncomfortable, is slowly being undone while you at the same time are enjoying this belief.

To include everything has nothing to do with the so-called union of soul, mind and body.** To believe in such concepts is just as illusionary, as to believe in any other concept based on the idea that it is possible to be or have more than that which is one. As it takes more than one to include something, this is of course also an illusion. Yet the illusion of inclusion is a way to use the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one yo undo that belief.

It is often easier to include somebody than the feelings they represent
If a feeling from the past
seems a little diffuse, it is often easier to include it by merely including those you blame for it in the present, or by including your body as it feels in this moment, as most unwanted thoughts and feelings are stored there, for example in the stomach until the pressure gets too high on the body, so you try to alleviate it by projecting it onto others – often those closest to you.

In other words, your body and those closest to you most likely are the most significant symbols of exclusion, so by including those symbols, you are way off on your way to undo the belief in separation. In the case of Alexius, his cats most certainly represent excluded sides of him, that seems a bit diffuse to him and therefore hard to include. Yet, it is easy to include his cats.

Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

To include them is not the same as to love them, as you cannot love something unless it is perceived to be separated from you. From this follows, to love somebody is to exclude somebody. Yet this exclusion – just like any other, can be undone by including it.

If there is somebody you dislike, you do not need to change that, because when this is not justified, but simply included as it is, to like or dislike makes no difference.

It is all about inclusion
As already state Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are not a new philosophy or religion with a new vocabulary and rules, that you must learn and strictly follow, so if you, for example, do not want to include your cats, feel free to exclude them. It does not matter, as long as you include your unwillingness to do this. In other words, exclusion is also fine – just remember to include it that you are exclusive … and should you forget that, well, include your forgetfulness.

Maybe inclusion does not seem to work for you. No problem. If it feels frustrating and as if something still is missing, you just include that.

Life is not exclusive but inclusive, so to not exclude is to uncover life. When exclusion is included, you do not exclude.

If you are unwilling to undo your belief in a world, where there appear to be more than one, you do not need to change that, because if you include your unwillingness you will also include your willingness, as like any other contrast they are like two sides of the same coin. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

If you are unwilling to undo the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one, you do not need to change that, because if you unwillingness is included, willingness is included as well, since two opposite sides of a contrast are like two sides of the same coin.

PART 2: To include something means that you do not exclude it by projecting it onto others and blame them for what is yours. Not that it actually is yours. Nothing is. Your appearance as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion, as there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

Nobody has created Mickey Mouse, because he does not exist, neither does the world where he seems to live – even though there seems to be elements of reality in it.

Since what and where you believe to be is nothing but empty space, it is neither you or the world but the perception of it as something that is the problem in regard to seeing the illusion of it. This includes realising there is nobody perceiving it as something and realising it is nothing because hat calls for more than one and tthere is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

However, while you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, everything is yours – whether it appears to be inside or outside, so-called spiritual or mundane – because it is you who perceives the experience of it as real. That is why not excluding anything but including everything precisely as perceived undoes the belief in being what and where you perceive to be.***

Mickey Mouse looks very happy, but there is no happiness in him except for what you believe to be there.

A world where there seems to be more than one can be compared to a digitisied movie. Even though it consists of nothing but zeros and ones, you perception of it makes you forget what is real.

Do not worry if you are not willing to include everything. Unwillingness**** does not matter if not justified by others but included as yours. No need to worry either, if you are justifying unwillingness. The same that applies to unwillingness applies to justification. It makes no difference when included as yours.

PMT Inclusion is liberation from separation (in the process of being updated)

Accept darkness instead of fighting it, and it will enhance the light of the moment.

The sum of any contrast is a perfect moment, so instead of denying or fighting darkness go for it, as this will bring out its contrast, light, as well. Not in the way, though, that they will merge into dawn, but that they will cancel out each other so that there is nothing to experience. That is a perfect moment. The photo, by the way, is from such a perfect moment in my garden. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The two cats – Wincent and Guinevere – that Alexius is sharing a home with have a big territorial instinct, so when a new cat curiously showed up in their home, they got very upset – especially Guinevere. She freaked out and furiously ran away. When she later returned, she did not notice that the stranger was still were chilling out on the sofa, so she laid down on the floor without a worry – until she suddenly looked up and saw him. Then hell was loose.

By thinking the world is the cause of your state of mind, it is justified by the world and thus excluded from what it believed to be you. In this way separation is made real, because projecting the cause of your state of mind onto powers, that appears to be outside of you, there seems to be more than one.

Once again, she furiously left us, and even though the visitor had left when she returned, she was still very upset. To prove that her feelings of unjust were justified, she searched for spots of leftover scent from the visitor. Every time she found one, she freaked out so Wincent and Alexius could see how much the stranger had hurt her feelings.

Ultimately speaking it is not possible to be troubled by something, as there is no more than that which is one and it requires more than one to be troubled by something. But if you believe to be someone in a world, where there seems to be more than one, there will always be somebody or something that seems to cause trouble.

In other words, you will not be trouble-free before the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one is undone.

Guinevere freaking out. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Guinevere freaking out. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The anger, Guinevere was holding onto, was supposed to exclude the unfamiliar cat from her world and to make him suffer for what she imagined he had done to her. But as the new cat mostly had spent his time in her world by sleeping on the sofa, he had no idea, that she was angry and he was supposed to suffer from it. Actually, he happily returned the next day to take another nap on the sofa. Nonetheless, there was another one who felt punished by her anger, namely herself. It was eating her up from inside.

This is not a story about anger but the purpose of holding onto it
The above cat story is not meant to be a story about anger, but the purpose of justifying feelings, which is to manifest the belief that there is more than that which is one.

A feeling in itself cannot confirm this belief. But when it is justified by something judged to be outside of you, you become a victim of forces in a world where there seems to be more than one. Thus the justification of a feeling confirms the belief that you are someone in such a world. At least that is what you want to believe, even though the prize of this belief is to be in pain.

As it takes more than one to feel something, and as there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless, any kind of feeling always ends up being experienced as painful. In this way you are reminded, it is not possible to be or have more than that which is one.

In the case of Guinevere, her anger justified by the stranger makes her seem superior to him, though she actually has turned herself into a victim of him. This makes them both appear to be somebody special, and as Guinevere want to be especially good compared to the stranger that she judges to be evil, more anger is justified with him with. And since the result is the same as before, there is more anger that needs to be justified with the evil one – and so it goes on and on.

Feeling angry or happy results in the same, if those feelings are justified by something, namely the enhancement of being separated from a world that appears to be outside of you.

A victim of justification
Even though what we did judge to be a problem is out-of-the-way, we often choose to hold onto it in order to justify any anger popping up. Besides we also want to punish those we blame for it – perhaps our parents – by putting up a sad face so that they will feel guilty about how much they have hurt us.

Feeling angry is an imagination, as reality is that which is one and it takes more than one to feel something.

If it is only when anger is attributed with a cause, that it appears as if somebody or something has upset you. But if it is not attributed with a cause, nothing has upset you. The way to attribute anger with a cause is to justify it, so if you do not do that, the story is over, and anger does not seem dangerous, because it is not triggering a story of pain.

In the context of the story of Guinevere this means, that if she does not exclude anger from herself by justifying it as if it is caused by the visiting cat but include it as hers, she has no need to get upset about a visitor in her home and make up a story that implies he must be punished for disturbing her peace of mind. Neither does she need to make up a story about forgiveness because there is nothing to forgive.

In the context of the story of Guinevere this means, that if she does not exclude her present anger from herself by justifying it as caused by the last visit of a foreign cat but include it as hers, she has no need to find things that remind her of the stranger in her home and make up a story that implies he must be punished for disturbing her peace of mind. Neither does she need to make up a story about forgiveness because there is nothing to forgive.

If a feeling of rejection is not justified by what somebody else appear to have done or not done, the feeling is not excluded but included and as that means it does not represent separation, there is no rejection.

Guinevere likes to sit on the balcony. It is not because of the view, but the canaries that she sees in the avocado trees and dream of catching. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

There is no darkness without light and vice versa
Even though the everyday view from the balcony of Alexius in the above image is very pleasurable to the eye, he sometimes succeeds in finding things there that seems to justify a discomforting feeling. Just like Guinevere, who was looking for hidden things home to evoke the story she made up of her encounter with the visiting cat so that her justification of the anger he seemed to trigger from her past could be excluded from her.

To include a feeling as it is, you just let it be without justifying it. To let it be requires, that you consider yourself to be someone definitive, as otherwise there would not be someone to let it be. But by letting it be you lose control and without it you cannot align your appearance into someone definitive. Hence you are nobody.

In this way somebody, who appears to make you angry, becomes somebody who helps you becoming nobody – and it takes nobody to have a perfect moment, since it is a state of not-knowing.

Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Guinevere joined Alexius and Wincent on Christmas Eve when she was 5 months old. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Guinevere, who came to Alexius when she was around five months old, had been left behind twice by other people, so when events in the present trigger her old feelings of insecurity, she freaks out. Alexius grew up in a home, that felt like a war zone to him, so he tends to justify his anger as a necessity to protect him from a devastating power interpreted to come from outside of him.

Such anger from the past does not have to be an ongoing problem though, because when not excluded by blaming somebody else for having caused it, but instead included exactly as it is experienced, it will not only reveal its other side, which is pleasure but also that the sum of the opposites in a contrast is a perfect moment.

In a perfect moment, anger is not a disturbing feeling, pushed away into the dark. Instead, it is taken into the light, so the hidden memories of the past, that seemed to have caused it, is no more. Not by going back into the past to fix it, neither by denying it, but by including the pain and anger of the past as it is experienced in the present.

Feelings need the belief in a world, where there seems to be more than one, because it takes more than one to feel something – and such a world needs feelings in order to be experienced as if it is real and not just make-believe.

Inclusion frees you from your own story of a world made up of past memories, and as it is those memories you use to keep your belief in separation alive, the concepts used to condition you into assuming that you are an autonomous creature quietly falls apart. This does not mean that you will get rid of your conditioning. If you try that, they will just be replaced by others. But it means you will not consider them to be real – just like even though you play along with the rules of a game, you do not consider the rules of it to be real.

PMT_pt2 Concentration is suppressing that which is you

_IGP8362-Edit

By focussing a lot, this goat-herd seems to be in control of his goats. Yet both the master and the followers are imprisoned by this. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
To fence off what you do not like, you need to continually separate your view of the world into fragments of good and bad. Lots of concentration is required to maintain the appearances of the world as divided into those categories and their subcategories of being more or less good and bad.

In movies it bank robbers, killers and worried people look quite concentrated, while the happy ones seems unconcentrated.

The more you concentrate, the more you will able to control yourself and focus your energy towards doing something specific. For the bad ones, this can be very helpful for drilling a hole in a bank safe, for instance, and for the good ones it can be very helpful in preventing a bank robbery.

But it is not helpful in regard to enjoying the moment as it is. On the contrary. The more you concentrate, the less you are able to go with the flow and participate in spontaneous laughter. You are focused on attaining a specific goal in the future and cannot enjoy what is around you in the present if it does not seem to be part of the glorious story, you have made up and that you are concentrating on manifesting in the future.

To make long short, contrary to what you may have learned in the context of for example meditation, concentration is not beneficial in regard to not being blinded by the belief that there is more than the formlessness of oneness, as it appears to be hidden by what you focus on.

Defocus neutralise the apparent differences of the world so that the belief in separation cannot be upheld and therefore does not appear to hide that which is one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

But when you are not concentrated on achieving something imagined in the future, you are not focussed – and being defocused the apparent differences of the world make no difference. As that means the belief in separation falls apart, there is nobody to know, what and where you are. In other words, there is not someone definitive to hide the formlessness of oneness.

Reading a book requires much focus, so often you will end up feeling quite paralysed, which is a state enhancing the belief a world defined by time and space. Television and cinemas are more beneficial in regard to undoing this belief, as they do not require the same amount of focus.

The same applies to reading on a digital media. After some hours of multitasking* on the web you probably are quite spaced out, which is terrific in regard to undoing the belief in being someone definitive.

Multitasking* is a great help to not focus. Doing several things at the same time, there is not much time to care about specifics or the labelling of everything. This is a prerequisite for a perfect moment and/or the result of it, as it is a state of not-knowing.

To focus leads to fixation and so it seems you are stuck, where as defocus if you defocus on the same, it ceases to appear. The image is grabbed from the web

Focusing leads to fixation, and so it seems you are stuck in a capsule of time and space. But if you do not focus at all, you are not fixed in time and space, and without it, you are not someone definitive. Thus there is nothing to hide the formlessness of that which is you, namely that which is one. So if you have to pick up your kids from the kindergarten, you do not defocus but include the matter at hand. In this way, you are still on track in regard to undoing the belief in time and space because it is based on inclusion, so it cannot survive being included. The image is grabbed from the web.

When nothing is wrong or missing, you are not of the world, though you appear to be there
The only order is oneness, but this you cannot find in a world where there seems to be more than one, because it is based on the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

Relating to a world where there seems to be more than one implies that you believe it is real. This belief requires constant focus to maintain the apparent difference between you and others, good and bad and so on.

But defocusing neutralises all differences. If you continue to look at something without focusing on it, not only will it disappear but the whole the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one and you as someone registering it. In linear time this requires about half an hour of constant defocus, but if you think you have unfinished business in the world, you will not be able to not focus on fixing this.

The concentration needed to focus on something and thereby exclude what is not focussed on tightens up the body, so that it feels more real. In other words, the more you include, the less there is to focus on, the less the body feels real and the more obvious it is that it is an illusion, since life includes everything as it is formless and therefore everything.

If so, you may be better off by focusing on your problems – not to exclude them though but to include them. When included they cannot be focussed on, so the more you include, the less a world where there seems to be more than one can be experienced as real. Yet you at the same time can have the excitement of appearing to be there.

That which is one has no centre, since it requires more than one to have one.

To be centered is a numb state of separation. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

To be centred is a numb state of separation. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 2:
If you do not want the belief in a world defined by time and space to hide the formlessness of oneness, it is not desirable to be centred, as that requires much control in order to continuously exclude what is not judged to be centred. And as to exclude is to separate, the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one is enhanced instead of undone.

Trying to be centred is often a way to fence off what you judge to be wrong in the world, so that it seems as it is a good and not a bad experience to appear there. But to experience goodness only is to separate, so it will not feel good. Unfortunately most try to solve this by becoming more centred in order to fence off more bad experiences.

That being said, if you have worked hard to separate specific parts of the world from the image you have made of yourself so that it appears to be a story of a good person in a bad world, you do not need to undo that. It happens all by itself if the need to separate is included.

Everything in a world defined by time and space needs contrast so it can be to be experienced as something definable. Thus you can only experience to be separated if you also – consciously or not – experience to be connected. And as the sum of the two opposite sides in a contrast always is a perfect moment, that is what you have if you do not keep the two sides apart. A perfect moment though is not a sensation like for example falling in love but rather the relief of being in a state of not-knowing. This is not limited to the period called now.

If you have an expectation to a perfect moment, it will not be perfect until the expectation and its opposite – desperation – is included exactly as they appear to you. And as said in the previous articles, inclusion is to not exclude, so when desperation is not excluded in an attempt to enjoy the thrill of expectation, it is included.

Moaning and whining sets the focus on problems and you need to stay focussed to appear as if you are someone in a world, where there seem to be more than one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 3:
Grievances keep you focused, and you need to stay focused in order to constantly be able to control thoughts so they can be used to keep together the imagination of a world defined by time and space.

Believing to see something is an illusion, as it takes more than one to see anything, and there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless.

Thoughts have no power
This is not to say that it is thoughts that make such a world appear to be real. If you, within the context of this world, is sitting in your bathtub and start to imagine a world in the steam from the hot water, it is not the steam, that makes the world. It has no such power. There only appear to be a hidden world in the steam, because you like to imagine it. Thoughts can be compared to the steam.

Even though the steam in your bathtub may seem to hide the bathroom, nothing in the bathroom is changed by the steam. Likewise, even though your belief in the thought construction of a world, where there seem to be more than one, appears to hide that which is one, nothing has changed. There is no more than that which is one.

Nothing in a world where there seems to be more than one lasts. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

In the context of the world, steam is not really something, so it only appears to be there for a short while. And in the context of the formlessness of oneness thoughts are gone the same moment they appear to be there.

As a story has a beginning and an end, so has the story of a world defined by time and space, and as oneness has no end, since it is formless and therefore endless, a world defined by time and space is not part of it.

That is unless you want to believe it is possible to be and have more than that which is one and therefore hang onto them in order to fabricate a story of a world defined by time and space outside the formlessness of oneness. There is, however, nothing outside of it, since formlessness is endless. Hence the story of a world where there seems to be more than one is fabricated by empty space.

Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If you want, that which is real, namely the formlessness of oneness, forget about focusing on forms like for example in this image. Focusing will only enhance the appearance of form and therefore the belief, that separation is possible. Defocusing on the other hand will blur out everything until there are no forms to hide the formlessness of oneness.

The world is make-believe upheld by focusing on specific appearances
There is nothing in a world defined by time and space, so if you believe to be there, you cannot leave it, but the belief that you are there can be undone – and as focusing is what keeps the belief together defocusing will undo it.

Contrasting defocus with focus
It is through defocusing the words in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are exposed. So if you do not try to understand them, they will hack your focus, so you do not see anything specific. Be aware though, that it may seem to take time if you are attached to the perception of linear time, because like everything else in a world defined by time and space is based on contrasts – in this case, the contrast of past and future.

Not knowing what he writes is how Alexius types down his enlightened non-teachings.

So while in the process of undoing the belief in a world defined by time and space, you must operate within contrasts, which in regard to defocusing you do by alternating it with focusing. Just like Alexius is defocusing in order to write these non-teachings and focusing when proofreading and publishing them.

Or you are non-focused when reading the non-teachings, and focused when implementing them in a world defined by time and space. To read in a defocused way, however, is not to read between the lines. There is nothing in between the lines, so if you seem to experience something there, you have focused a lot to imagine this. So to read in a defocused way is rather to not know what you are reading.

Have your cake and eat it too
A terrific way to contrast focus with defocussing is to see everything in a world defined by time and space as symbols of that which makes it possible to focus on something specific, namely the formlessness of oneness.** Perceiving the world like that everything definable is a symbol of that which cannot be defined. Thus the apparent differences of the world do not make a difference, which means you are defocusing.

In this way, you can have your cake and eat it too. You get the excitement of appearing to be and/or have more than that which is one, while the belief that this is possible is being undone.

NOTES:

  • The above should not be understood as to concentrate is bad in a world defined by time and space. It is an excellent tool in such a world for establishing yourself. But it is not okay if you want to undo the belief that you are someone definitive.

PMT Inclusiveness is a perfect moment

A cup of coffee cannot be defined as coffee when there is no focus on it – neither can someone be defined to not focus on it, as it requires focus to be someone. The graphic is grabbed from cyberspace.

PART 1:
When you have a look at the world, it is thoughts that tell you what it is that you see. And they imply there is a world full of appearances divided into categories of for example good or bad and attractive or repelling. But you do not have to listen to those thoughts though. If you do not hang onto them in an attempt to compile them into a story, they will just pass by. In other words, all you have to do to not see a world where there seems to be more than one is to not use thoughts to confirm its apparent differences.

To appear as someone special much concentration is needed, whereas no concentration is required to not to appear as someone at all.

When defocusing* you cannot remember what and where you are, and so there is nobody to compile thoughts into a definition of you as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. Neither is there nobody to see if they just pass by, but that is how it appears to Alexius while writing this intro and enjoying a cortado.

Instead of searching for thoughts, that can define the cortado in front of him, he goes with the flow of the world enfolding itself in the froth of it. When this is not converted into something familiar based on past definitions, coffee is not perceived to be different from the froth of it or the world appearing to be in it, nor outside of it.

This does not mean that the apparent differences of the world are not experienced to be there, but that they do not make a difference when you are inclusive and not exclusive.

Defocusing may seem to space you out, so that you see new worlds within the world, which is a grand way

Defocusing may space you out so that you automatically shift into automatic gear from where you intuitively do and say, what is in the best interest of everything appearing to be involved at that moment. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If hack #3.1 Every moment is the perfect moment. seems to make you spaced out, you are on the right track in regards to undoing the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Yet, you are not on the right track, if you space out on the way to pick up your kids from the kindergarten, as they require you to focus on differences so that you can be more than them and guide them on their journey in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Spaced out is just one side-effect of defocusing. Another one is clarity. When you are not focused on anything, in particular, your mind is not busy discussing what is right and wrong, and so you intuitively do and say what is called for. Not because you know what to do or say, as that would require focus, but because you function in automatic gear in much the same way as when you are connected with the empty breath.**

Being in automatic gear it is not a problem to multitask. Actually, it seems to be the most natural thing to do, since you are not result-minded anymore.

Yet being process-minded is not a requirement for undoing the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. No being but inclusion is required. So if you are result-minded and feel guilty about it, you just include that. As anything in a world where there seems to be more than one needs to be contrasted by something in order for it to be experienced as something specific, process-minded and innocence are also included when you include result-minded and feeling guilty.

You do not have to be aware of this for the inclusion of a contrast to work, as the two opposing sides of a contrast are like two sides of the same coin, so the inclusion of one side includes them both.

Since the two opposing sides of a contrast cancel out each other when added together, the sum of them is nothing, and as this momentarily rubs off on other contrasts making up what you believe to be, you are in a state of not-knowing. Thus there is nobody to judge anything in terms of good and bad, therefore everything is fine as it is. That is why every moment is the perfect moment.

PART 2:
There is no free will in the world defined by time and space regarding what is going to happen next, because just like in the world of a movie all future events are fixed – even though movies, where the viewer can choose different developments of it, are being planned, all the changes you can choose are pre-made according to the choice of the producer and not yours.

The only thing you actually can change is your perception of what happens in the movie. The same applies to a world defined by time and space – also if your experiences there seem to be of a spiritual nature. It is part of the script and has nothing to do with spirituality since it is formless and the world is not. In other words, no matter how and where you appear, this is just as illusionary as anything a movie or a video game. Nobody is there.

If you choose to perceive the apparent differences in the world of a movie to make a difference, its world seems real to you. But if the apparent differences is not perceived to make a difference, you see that it is nothing but an illusion. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If you choose to believe, the apparent differences in a movie are making a difference, its world seems real to you. But if you choose to believe, that the apparent differences do not make a difference, the story of the movie is not important. You may want it to finish, because it is so unrealistic and hide that which is real.

Likewise, the formlessness of oneness, which is all there is since formlessness is endless, seems to be hidden by a world defined by time and space – or rather the belief that its apparent differences make a difference. The more the apparent differences in a world defined by time and space is not believed to make a difference, the less time and space appears to be real.

Ways of perceiving the world
Perceiving differences to make a difference requires hard work because you must always be on the lookout for what to judge as good or evil so you can exclude what you decide to be bad from the story of who you are. The reward is that you appear to be good and as that is not possible in the formlessness of that which is one, as it takes more than one to be anything, you also appear to be more than that which is one.

But the price is suffering and a constant search for the bad things you can blame for your state of mind. See also the article The YOU finger and the three ME fingers.

Perceiving differences to not make a difference requires no work, but including all the apparent differences, which is quite easy, as it is just to not exclude any part of your experience of the present moment. The reward is a perfect moment, and as that is a state of not-knowing there is nobody to feel wrong or that something is missing.

In other words, you do not need to be or have more – except for more perfect moments. And the more you have of those, the less you need to be and have. You become nobody, and as the world is in the eye of the beholder, nobody is seen, and so there is not someone definitive to hide the formlessness of that which is one.

Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Alexius´ three cats seem to be very different. Yet he loves them all – not in the same way though. He acknowledges their different needs and love them accordingly. Yet these differences make no difference to him, because he perceives both the cats and himself as symbols of that which makes it possible to experience that there is more than one.

This does not mean that his cats and he are at one – or that he is at one with anything else, as that requires more than one – but that even though they all appear to be very different, the apparent differences make no difference, because they are symbols of the same, namely the formlessness of that which is one.

Ways to perceive differences make no difference?
In part 1 of this article, defocussing was suggested as a means to cancel out the opposing sides of contrasts. This is maybe the fastest way to undo the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one so that this belief does not appear to hide that which is one.

But if you like to enjoy the world while undoing it defocusing probably is a bit abrupt to you, as it only takes 20 minutes, 45 at most, of total defocus before there is no knowledge of a world defined by time and space, neither of you appearing to be in such a world or anywhere else.

So to make the beginning of your journey without distance more gentle, you could instead choose to see everything in the world as symbols of that which is one, as that means, even though the appearances of the world seems to be different, it makes no difference because they all symbolise the same. In other words, when everything in the world is perceived to be symbolic, you do not have to think about contrasts and make sure everything is included.

In this way, the belief in a world, where there seems to be more than one, is being undone, while you can have fun appearing to be someone there. This you can read about in hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life.

The same occurs the more you choose to pretend to be someone in the world instead of believing to be there. You can read about this in hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation.

If you like, you can also check out hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is pure bliss, where there is much more about how to cancel out contrasts by fully including one side of them.

*) It is common sense, that you only defocus in situations, where your attention is not needed in the world. As long as you appear to be in a world, where there seem to be more than one, you play along on its premise, which requires much focus and concentration, as otherwise there does not appear to be a world, where there seems to be more than one.

PMT Those looking for peace are full of shit

_IGP1815-Edit-Edit-2

The world can only be perceived due to contrasts. We tend to notice those parts of the world with the biggest contrasts, but if you pretend to be someone in the world instead of believing to be ´there´, you do not perceive differences to make a difference. Not because you perceive them as one but as different symbols of that which is one*. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
Love and peace can only be experienced if contrasted by their opposites, so if you experience love and peace, your experience is founded on hate and war.

You cannot have one without the other. All opposites are two sides of the same coin. So if you experience hate and war, you also have love and peace. In other words, you can just flip the coin, when seeing hate and war.

Only those believing to be a person in a world that is real, have dreams of everlasting peace. The reason they follow these merry-go-round dreams, that they mistakenly call spirituality, is to cover up, they are full of shit.

The apparent difference between of peace and war makes no difference to those, to those pretending to be someone definitive in the world**. They see it as part of the experience to pretend to be someone definitive be in a world where there seems to be more than one, as everything in such a world needs to be contrasted in order to be experienced.

Jesus, who the do-gooders often refer to around Christmas regarding peace, said: »I will not bring peace, but dissension, fire, sword and war«. In this way, the peaceful persons, who fight the shit in themselves by projecting it onto others, can see the war in themselves.

PART 2:
Only that which is one can be present. When there is more than one, there are more possibilities, and so you start imagining, what and where to be and have. This is not one perpetual present, but several versions of the present. They are not real, because reality needs not to be imagined. One perpetual present cannot be imagined, because it is that which is real. And there is nothing else than that which is real.

In a world where there seems to be more than one the foundation is not that which is one but more than that, so you can never be present there. But you can simulate the present by for example imagining to be in the moment. Such a moment consists of many things, both so-called good and bad, right and wrong, past and future and so on. It includes everything, you imagine at that moment, and it lasts as long as the imagination lasts, whereas one perpetual present ´only´ contains what is unimaginable and never ends.

Life, which is one perpetual present, excludes everything, that is not the formlessness of that which is one. This does not mean, it is exclusive, but as formlessness is endless, there is nothing outside of it, so it cannot include what is not there. In other words: One perpetual present includes everything, that is real.

You cannot be in one perpetual present, as it takes more than one to be somewhere. But you can stop being where you are not, namely in a world where there seems to be more than one. The way to stop this is to pretend to be there, because where you pretend to be you are not.

Thinking that you understand this, you have not understood anything but forgotten the world is based on the idea that there is more than one, and what is not one is not real. All that you can do in an unreal world is pretend to understand.

If you sense this, you will not feel good as a person, and you will not feel good as a non-person either. A non-person is that which is one and it has no feelings – as it takes more than one to feel something. Feelings are part of pretending to be someone definitive, so not feeling good is how to know, you are not a person.

Realising this, however, will not bring peace. There is nothing to get in a world, that is not ´there´. Yet this realisation will be remembered as being at peace. Not a peace though that you can experience. The peace you can know as a person in the world is contrasted by war. This peace has no contrast – it is a ´state´ of not knowing, and that is what and where you are, when you do not know, what and where you are.

Spirituality cannot be achieved, because it is that which is one, and it takes more than one to achieve something

Get physical!

The world is made up of appearances separated by time and space. You cannot escape appearing as someone definitive thereby transforming this through for example meditation, prayer and chanting, because that enhances the belief in being someone definitive, as only someone definitive can do so something. But if you stop doing something, which is done by not being exclusive, since without exclusion there is no separation and so nobody is doing anything. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 3:
The advanced spiritual seeker is trying to avoid peak experiences – via for instance meditation and tantra sex – based on the idea that in oneness everything is pure tranquillity. But that which is one can be compared to an unlimited stream of peak experiences, that change in such a speed, that there is no time for a person to differentiate them from each another, neither for a person to establish itself there, so nobody is experiencing them. That is why it is so peaceful.

The peaks travel from one point to another in no time, so no space is accumulated. That is why it is oneness. It has nothing to do though with the numbness you obtain via meditation, tantra, chanting, praying or other means of control, that is used to exclude what you judge to be mundane so that you seem to be a spiritual person in a state of bliss and detachment.

Being in such a state of mind, however, is often based on a wish to distance oneself from feeling the moment as it is and instead and float all over it rather than being wide awake and nothing bit this moment.

What can a spiritual seeker do?
The whole foundation of this question is misleading because there is no spirituality in a world defined by time and space – including astral worlds and anything else conceivable – because spirituality is formless and therefore endless. So as long as you appear to be in a world defined by time and space you better forget about spirituality and adjust to the ways of such a world.

Fortunately, these ways can also be used to undo the belief in being someone definitive. Since that depends on separation, which seems to come into being through exclusion, you can be inclusive instead of exclusive, as if fully being inclusive this leaves nothing to define a world outside of you, neither to define you. In other words, there is nobody to experience something, which means nothing appears to hide that which cannot be experienced, namely spirituality.

If not including everything that you perceive but part of it, you still appear to be someone definitive in a world defined by time and space, but you and the world seem for a moment less definable because the apparent differences do not appear to make a difference. This, which is a state of not knowing, is what is called a perfect moment in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings.

PART 4:
Is it due to your power, that you do not fall off the earth? No, it is the force of gravity. Is it you, who controls breathing? No, a respiratory control centre at the base of your brain controls breathing. Is it you, who think? No, just like you are not the maker of gravity and the breath, neither are you the maker of thoughts.

Having a thought can be compared to seeing a cloud passing by, that for a moment may appear to be the image of a dog for example. But there is no dog. It is a hallucination – and so is the meaning of any thought that seems to pass by. They are just meaningless frequencies, that you try to inflict a meaning upon so that they seem to be specific thoughts of yours, and you, therefore, appear to be someone definitive.

The clothes you are wearing are not you, neither are the thoughts you seem to think. But it is difficult to use them, if you mistake them for you.

Yet trying to stop them from passing by is the end of what you appear to be because it is nothing but a construction of thoughts. But why should you want to stop them at all. They are of great help.in a world where there seems to be more than one. When you, for example, want to look up the bus schedule, you can pick thoughts passing by that are good for that purpose. See also the article A joyful life.

The faster thoughts spin, the faster the person, you consider yourself to be, seems to fall apart, because there is not enough time to understand them or to select specifically the ones, that seem to uphold an image of you as someone definitive.

In those cases – unless you are in a situation that needs physical presence – go with the flow and have your mind blown. So blown, that it does not know what is up or down, in or out or past or future leaving, so that there is nobody to think you are this and that. This is a perfect moment. It could also be an ignition of the empty breath, which you can read about in hack #5.2 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing.

Meaninglessness is the foundation for a perfect moment
To stop or to control thoughts is not the way to a perfect moment but to numbness. The inclusion of confusion and uncertainty but most of all extreme speed of thoughts leads to a perfect moment, as when everything is fast-moving the mind does not have the time to divide everything into categories.

Well, anything, that is devoid of what you have defined as meaningful, leads to a perfect moment. Therefore if you do not try to define yourself as someone meaningful, you will be meaningless and so every moment is a perfect moment!

**) More about pretending in hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation.

NOTES:

  • It is not only this article that is meaningless. It applies to everything in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings and the rest of the world, including astral ones and whatnot. And if you are not busy trying to understand, realise, find reasons and synchronicity, you know how wonderful it is to be meaningless.
  • Ultimately no one is full of shit or anything else. There is nothing to be full of, as there is no more than that which is one. For the same reason, there is no contrasts in oneness and therefore nothing to desire or to fix.
  • The Jesus quote is from the Gospel of Thomas.
  • This article is part of hack #3.1 Every moment is the perfect moment.

PMT Every moment is the perfect moment

If you experience a flow of beauty, love, sex or colors in this pic totally depends on the perception you have fabricated of yourself as a person. But no matter what you perceive, if you include it all, the moment of watching this pic is perfect – nothing is wrong or missing. Consequently you need no more and therefore are ready for that which is one.

Whether you experience love, sex or the beauty of a sunset in this image totally depends on how you have conditioned yourself as a person. But no matter what you experience, if it is included as it is, the moment of experiencing this image is perfect – nothing is wrong or missing. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
Exclusiveness is imperfection and inclusiveness is perfection. This does not mean that everything included is perfect. None of the parts is perfect – nothing in a world where there seems to be more than one is, but when all parts are included, it is a perfect moment.

This is not to say, you must include every small detail of a world where there seems to be more than one, but that you include everything as you perceive it. So-called negative thoughts are included as well as the so-called positive ones. Both past and future are included*. But if you out of habit exclude something, you do not have to correct that habit. You just included your habit of excluding.

To make long short: If you do not try to control and escape the moment as it is by excluding what you judge to be wrong, you have no needs, and so your life is effortless.

That you have no needs does not mean, that you may not want something, but that you are not attached to getting it but the flow of the moment, as it is without any correction.

That being said, there is no flow because there is no world. It only appears so, because you have chosen to perceive it like that. Consequently, the flow is in your perception.

That is why your perception is the moment. In other words, you are the master. It is you who decide every moment is the perfect moment.

In your dream, you may seem to climb around naked in the woods, but you are not climbing anywhere. You are doing nothing. You are asleep your bed. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 2:
Ultimately it really does not matter, if you experience to live in the now, a perfect moment, the past or whatever. You are not someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. There is no more than the formlessness of that which is one, as formlessness is endless, so a world where there seems to be more than one is not real. So what you think you do ´there´ is of no importance.

While you appear to be ´there´, however, it may matter in regards to what kind of person, you pretend to be. A charming personality makes it more tolerable to pretend to be a person ´there´, but that is all there is to it. But ultimately nothing will help you return to the formlessness of that which is you.

You have not left the formlessness of that which is you. It is not possible – but it seems possible to imagine it and pretend to be a person in a world where there are more than one. Imagining this, nobody in that world can help you return to that which is you they are only in your imagination and so are you as someone definitive ´there´. Just like within the context of such a world, the person you appear to be ´there´ is not its dreams.

Even though the person you believe to be in a dream is experienced to travel around the world, you are not going anywhere because you are in your bed. Thus no matter what you seem to be going through in the dream, it is not happening. You remain the same in your bed.

To make long short, enjoy pretending to be someone definitive in the world in the way you see fit, but do not take it seriously, and do not think there is a way out. There is no way at all because you are not ´there´.

If you include all the different elements in whatever you see, you see nothing disturbing. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 3:
It is not (good) enough,
or there must be more are the two common mantras of the seeker – and it is also the foundation the world is built on. No moment is not good enough as it is. Something has to be done about it to make it better. Love, for example, has to be more unconditional, pure or whatnot.

A perfect moment has no limitations contrary to the popular idea of living in the now, which is something you forever can try to achieve but never obtain, as it is based on having to keep on excluding the past and the future.

A perfect moment can last a split second, while you are saying »Fuck you« – or it can last up to 45 minutes while you are having a daydream about tomorrow. It includes the past as well as the future. Actually, including is what it is all about – or rather not to exclude, as that means everything is included.

So if you do not exclude anything at this moment, no matter if it contains thoughts about the past and the future or if they are positive or negative, then there is nothing to define you in the present. Hence there is nobody to experience it. In other words, you are a state of not-knowing.

Meditation or others techniques supposed to make you spiritual will not get you there, because those ways are about excluding something, so a state of mind can be obtained in the future and not in this very moment. Hence they are making separation real and therefore you as someone special in a world of duality. In other words, the so-called spiritual techniques prolong the agony of being someone definitive instead of undoing the belief in being this.

The only reason you choose to block out the present by excluding part of it and space out in ideas of a better world to come is that you think, there is more than this moment. And your search will go on until you acknowledge you are mistaken.

*) If you have conditioned yourself within the concepts of living in the now, you may think a perfect moment is a point squeezed in between the past and the future. This idea of living in the now, however, is based on exclusion, whereas a perfect moment is inclusive and therefore includes both the past and the future. A perfect moment may last a split second, or as long as a kiss lasts, or a daydream lasts. There are no rules but to be inclusive. Should you forget that, you just include your forgetfulness.

NOTE: This article is part of hack #3.1 Every moment is the perfect moment.

There is nothing real to accomplish

There is nothing real to accomplish in a virtual world. It is all make-believe.

There is nothing real to accomplish in a virtual world. It is all make-believe – including concepts of transformation and whatnot. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 1;
If it feels limiting to function as a person in a body, it is not because the world is limited. Actually, it is neither limited or unlimited. The world including the person you appear to be is simply not there. Nothing definable is real. It only seems so, because you believe so

That which is you is no different from life, which is the same as the formlessness of oneness. As it has no size, it is neither big or small and thus invisible in a world where only what is defined by time and space is believed to exist. And they are not wrong, because only what is definable exist. Nevertheless, nothing that exists is real, since oneness is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than that which is one and as it takes more for something to exist, existence is an illusion.

So if you believe to exist, whether as someone so-called spiritual or mundane, this belief just needs to be corrected. Just like – in the context of a world defined by time and space – if you believe to someone in the world of a movie you are, there is nothing you need to escape this world. As you are not there, it is only the belief that you are there, which needs to be undone.

Thus nothing needs to be avoided or achieved, that while you seem to be someone in a world defined by time and space. You just follow its concepts, just like within the concept of this world you do when playing a game like for example Monopoly. No need to change anything. It is all equally unreal and can only be changed or transformed into something else unreal.

Yet you only follow the concepts of a world defined by time and space in order to navigate there, and not to prove it is real. If the latter is the case, time and space feel limiting and you start searching for something larger – like nirvana, heaven and other dreamy states.

There is nothing real to be found in the world of Monopoly. It is all make-believe. The same applies to everything experienced to be in a world defined by time and space. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

There is no more to be found
When you play Monopoly there is no more to find there, than what you see on the cardboard. Even if you think you have found a hidden gem in the cardboard, it is as virtual as the rest. The same applies to the world where you believe to be someone definitive. There is nothing real to be found there, no matter how much you search. Neither is it necessary, because just like what you believe to be physically speaking is not in the world of Monopoly, neither is the formlessness of that which is you in a world defined by time and space.

As it takes more than one to transform something real, nothing real can ne transformed as reality is that which is one. So if you believe to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, there is nothing to transform.

There are no higher frequencies to integrate into the body, that will transform you into something that is more real, as it is fashionable to believe nowadays. Just like everything that appears in a movie is virtual no matter colour, speed and you wearing 3D glasses, everything that appears to be the world where you believe to be is worldly – and as the world is no more real than a movie, there is nothing to transform or to perfect – except to become a perfect idiot believing there is something to learn.

What you pretend to be, you are not
The conclusion of the above is not that you should hurry up and get out of a world encapsulated by time and space. Why should you? Time is an illusion and nothing definable is real, so the formlessness of that which is you is not there.

You may act like you are a woman in a world defined by time and space, but it is just something you imagine to be, because that which is you is not something definitive but the formlessness of oneness, and as formlessness is endless there is no world defined by time and space. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

In a world that is not real, the avoidance of something is just another illusion.

In other words, there is no need to refrain from becoming and having more, while you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. Whatever you appear to be can be used to undo the belief in being someone definitive, if it is perceived as something you pretend to be, since what you pretend to be you are not.*

In a world defined by time and space it is all about appearance. A designer would for example never make a square photo with sides that are of equal length, because that does not appear to be square to the human eye. If you want to make it a photo appear to be square, you must make the height of it just a little longer than the width.

The parts of the body – including chakras and whatnot – are instruments for implementing your personality in a world of your choice. The personality – including soul or whatever you imagine having – is a made-up image, you use to differentiate your appearance from other appearances in the world where you seem to be. But as such a world is make-believe, so is your appearance there. In other words, that which is you is not really there. It is just something you pretend.

Reality is that which is one, so there is nothing real to accomplish, as it takes more than one to accomplish something.

Whatever you pretend to be in a world believed to be defined by time and space will have an end, as nothing definable lasts. When and how it ends does not matter though, as that which pretend to appear in make-believe world is formless and therefore endless.

Reality cannot be seen, as it takes more than one to see something – and reality is that which is one. In other words, everything seen is an illusion. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 2:
In reality, you cannot gain or lose weight or lose. You cannot make more or less of anything, as reality is non-dimensional.

What is real, namely that which is one, has no outside, since there is nothing that is not real. Consequently it is not possible to leave it. Yet it is possible to fantasize about a world, where there seems to be more than one.

What is non-dimensional cannot be defined, because without dimensions there is no differentiation possible. Besides reality is that which is one, and as it takes more than one to define something, there is nothing definable. Yet is possible to believe, that there is a world to be defined by time and space.

To know or to be conscious of something is to not be real
Everybody in a world, where there seems to be more than one, wants to hide the unreality of such a world and that its main purpose is to hide that which is real, so that you can appear to be and have more than that which is one. This nobody wants to be aware of, as that would be the end of the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

In other words, the undoing of the belief that it is possible to be and have more that which is one is the end of what you appear to be, because in reality is formless, so it is not possible to appear as neither someone spiritual or mundane.

What is unreal is unexplainable and so is what is real, because it takes more than one to explain something, and there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless.

It is not possible for someone definable to see the indefinable reality of that which is one. It cannot be seen, as it takes more than one to see something. The same applies to know and being aware or conscious of something.

Consequently, reality does not know about a world where there seems to be more than one. It does not even know how peaceful oneness is or that there is no more than that which is one. But appearing to be in a world, where there seems to be more than one, you can know, it is not peaceful appearing to be and have more that which is one.

The world can be compared to a dream, where things seems to happen without a cause. That is until you analyze it in order to find a meaning. But if you do not believe this analyze, nothing in the dream had a cause, and as there is no effect without a cause and vice versa, nothing in the dream exist. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

In a world defined by time and space things happens without no cause – just like in a dream That is until you analyse the dream and believe the results reveals order, meaning and coherence. If you do not believe the results of the analysis, however, nothing in the dream have a cause, and as there is no effect without a cause, the dream just like a world defined by time and space is an illusion. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 3:
A world defined by time and space is all about getting more space and more time. But in the formlessness of oneness, you cannot get more of anything, because formlessness is endless, so there is no more than that which is one. Hence getting more in a world defined by time and space is an illusion.

It takes more than one to define something, and as reality is that which is one, to define something is only possible if you imagine to be in a world where there seems to be more than one.

But when you share the belief of being someone there with others, it seems to be real and to make the formlessness of that which is one unreal. For this to work size is a very important concept. The bigger something seems to be and the more of it there appears to be, the more you can forget that there is no more than formlessness of that which is one.

You do not have to undo the world defined by time and space to experience the formlessness of oneness. First of all, it does not exist, since formlessness is endless. Hence all there is to undo is the belief that you are someone living in a capsule of time and space. Secondly, it is not possible to experience something, since oneness is endless and it takes more than one to experience something.

There is no room for anything definable – including angels and whatnot – in the formlessness of that which is one. This does not mean that there is nothing there. On the contrary. Since formlessness is endless it is everything. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

And the more you are able to slow your perception of yourself as someone definitive via meditation or other relaxation techniques, the more the formlessness of oneness is fenced off, as contrary to the common belief oneness is not stillness but incredible speed. Everything moves so fast, that there is no time but one perpetual present. And as no differentiation is possible due the speed there is no room for someone definitive to experience it.

You cannot stop a world defined by time and space, as it takes more than one to do anything and reality is that which is one. So whatever you do to stop it will enhance the experience of it.

A world defined by time and space cannot hide the formlessness of that which is one, since there is nothing outside of it as formlessness is endless. So if that which is one seems to be hidden, it is because you believe there is more oneness.

Fortunately doing is not the root of the problem, but the belief that anything at all has an effect. If that belief is undone, there is no effect and hence no cause. Thus no world defined by time and space but the formlessness of oneness, which causes nothing, as it takes more than one to caused an effect – and for the same reason is caused by nothing.
