(+) When there is no need to be someone, there is no personality to hide the enlightenment of that which is one

Constantly trying to be somebody stresses you, because that turns you into a creature frozen into definable and dense appearances and that which is you is not definable, but extremely fast, formless and free flowing. In a world, where there seems to be more than one, you always need to be and have more so you can show off as someone, who is more important than others.

If you want to be more famous than others you need lots of fans in order to prove your popularity. If you need to feel enlightened, you want others to express how wise you are, so that you can use their praise to deny your darker sides and show off as someone light and spiritual.

But you can never bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, if it is something you need because needing it implies you are without it – and how can you be without it, when that which is you are no different from that which is one. Least of all can you bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, if you want to use it to make you appear as someone important because that requires more than one and there is no more than that which is one.

You will have no more than one glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one, if you use your interpretation of this glimpse to promote yourself as someone with a vision for a better future full of love or whatever you imagine will turn you into the new messiah, which has been the case with most gurus impacting the public in the last century, for example Paramahansa Yogananda, Swami Vivekananda, Maharishi Mahesh Yogi and Osho, or modern self-help gurus like Eckhart Tolle.

When there is no need to use glimpses of enlightenment to save the world but rather to undo the belief in it, you are set free to be used by the glimpses, that will keep coming until you cannot tell them apart, so that there is not something definable to experience and therefore not someone definitive to hide the formless enlightenment of that which is one.

+(+) How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´ (in the process of being updated)

When not trying to make sense of this image but going with its absurdity, the uncontrolled energy in the experience spontaneously ignites a take-off to the empty breath and its bliss of nothingness. If not thrusting this article or anything else, including your judgment of this and that, there is nothing to define who is reading this. Thus there is not someone definitive covering the transparent bliss of nothingness.

Let us imagine, your eyes are covered by your hand, so you can indulge in a daydream about a better tomorrow without being disturbed. Though it feels great to be in your own fantasy, it also feels disturbing to be shut out from the world right in front of you.

Then you slowly start sensing, it is your own hand that hides where you actually are, and without really knowing why you suddenly take it away.

In other words, it is the built up pressure and a change of purpose from daydreaming to being present, which makes you see it is your own hand, that hides where you are, so you automatically remove it.

As soon as you have had enough of the frustrations coming from the belief in being someone definitive, a take-off to the empty breath is automatically ignited.

It happens much faster than reading this sentence. Yet it takes a few more seconds to stop your conditioned way of breathing, which probably is based on forcing it through the tensions of the body caused by your suppression of feelings. That is not necessary for the empty breath, because it does not notice them.

Patiently waiting for this, the flow of the empty breath sets off from the abdomen, as if it is generated from an engine there and solely is inside the body, which you can read more about here, where after it continues without any regards to the apparent borders of the body like it is described here.

If not focused but defocused, all the elements used to construct what is believed to be to be you blurs out. Hence they do not seem to block out, that the empty breath is no different from the nothingness of you. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Having had enough ignites a take-off to the empty breath
In some ways the above process resembles the way a take-off to the empty breath is ignited. You have been hiding in your own story of a world defined by time and space.

The story is made up from thoughts and feelings, you have sought out and organised into a spiritual or mundane vocabulary, which is shared with like-minded ones, so you appear to be part of something important with a plot so special, that the story seems to be hiding everything in it as well as the storyteller is made up from nothing, because thoughts and feelings are not real but an illusion fabricated by the brain from out of empty space. Though thoughts are just frequencies of empty space and therefore basically all alike, they are identified to differ from each other and as they are created by you, despite what is believed to be you is nothing but a construction of thoughts, that based on the thoughts, judged to differ from each other, is considered to be a unique and self-aware being capable of feeling love and whatnot. Read more about this here.

The exact moment you have had enough from the frustration coming from your story not delivering what the plot implied should be your fate, the selected thoughts and feelings making up the story do not seem to be able to establish the apparent differences in the story to make a difference, wherefore its nothingness is exposed. Not in the sense that you see nothing, but that what you see means nothing.

In other words, when you are fed up with your story of a world defined by time and space and do not try to deny, improve or transcend it, your frustration ignites a take-off to the empty breath.

You may not only sense the bare feet making the foot prints in this photo but also the body they belong to. Yet there is no body in the image, neither does anybody make foot prints like these. Thus what you sense is a construction of thoughts.* The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The empty breath does know what you believe to be, because it is a fantasy made from empty space. Thus it is only you and those you imagine being in this fantasy world, that deem you to be someone substantial in a tangible world.

This does not mean, that what you believe to is transformed by the empty breath into something better or it is lifting you to somewhere higher. But that it takes away what you believe to be, so there is no consciousness to seek out thoughts and feelings, wherefore there is nothing but the bliss of nothingness, which can be experienced in the ways described here. It may also lead to glimpses of enlightenment, that is either seen, heard, felt or tasted as described here.

The empty breath cannot be experienced as something definitive, as it is empty space unprocessed by the brain. As a result of this it is noticed, if you want to experience something specific.

Since you are in a state of not-knowing, there is no awareness of its bliss, before memories of it pop up when you return to the conscious experience of being someone definitive, which must be done latest 20 minutes, 45 at most, after entering a state of not-knowing, if you want to remain as someone in a world defined by time and space. Read more about that here.

Be warned though, that when returning from a state of not-knowing to the consciousness of being someone definitive, you may not be recognised in the way you expect, wherefore you comment very bitterly on those, you blame for the lack of recognition or maybe scapegoats from your past or famous people believed to be fake.

No worries. First of all, most likely it is not others but you, who have a hard time recognising that you are someone definitive, because a state of not-knowing rubs of on the certainty of that.

Secondly, grievances can be used to ignite a take-off to the empty breath, provided they are not suppressed by justifying them with the world but acknowledged as yours. Here you can read more about how the acknowledgment of feelings unveil their nothingness of bliss.

Yet, whatever has been suppressed can also be used to ignite a take-off to the empty breath. That is, if you totally acknowledge the suppression. In other words, fully being whatever you feel in this moment ignites a take-off to the empty breath, regardless if you know what you feel and why.

When you are totally fed up with being controlled by the thoughts and feelings, you have sought out to form a belief system of how to be, the system is automatically left. Not in the sense that you give up, let be or surrender, but in the sense that without the system you are not definable as someone definitive. Igniting a take-off to the empty breath is not a matter of what and where you appear to be spiritually, mentally, emotionally or physically, nor whether you deny or indulge in sex or anything else. All what matters is that you are so fed up from obeying the specific thoughts and feelings, you have compiled into a special belief system of what is good and bad, so you reject being a slave of this belief system.

»When you dig into molecules, and the states of ion channels, enzymes, transcription programs, cells, synapses, and whole networks of neurons, you come to realise that there is no one place in the brain where memories are stored,« says Kukushkin. This is because of a property called plasticity, the feature of neurons that memorize. The memory is the system itself. From an article in Wired.

This belief system is the ego, which is made when you as the self created by the brain change it into something believed to be better by selecting special thoughts and feelings that you assume will make you spiritual, live in the now, come from the heart and whatnot. Contrary to the self created by the brain the self-made ego does not know what is in your own best interest, so you are always faced by trouble when following your own way instead of the brain, as it is there to support the self it has created with happiness.**

What you believe to be and see is fabricated by the brain, so when it runs out of oxygen there is no more to be and see. Fortunately this fabrication of you as someone with a beginning and an end is easily bypassed, because it is made from out of nothing. The animation is grabbed from the web.

As justifying a feeling entraps it in the body and therefore suppresses its energy, it cannot be used to ignite a take-off to the empty breath. To set it free you do not have to know what it is you have suppressed and why.

You just need to acknowledge the state of numbness it entails by totally being that and nothing else, as this does not leave something to define it, wherefore a take-off to the empty breath spontaneously is ignited and the suppressed feelings unveiled as nothing twisted into something, so that you, who also is nothing, can appear to be someone definitive.

To sum it up, being really fed up with the tyranny of the ego, which is self-imposed since, there is suddenly nobody to follow its instructions of how everything is experienced in the right way. So though the experiences of right and wrong is the same, there is not someone perceiving them to make a difference.

Consciousness is a fabrication of the brain done with the purpose of keeping you occupied with the awareness of something, so that the nothingness of your existence is not exposed.

This does not mean, you have an experience of being at one, as only someone who believes to be a separated can have an experience of something. It is rather like having a dream in which there is no difference between the experiencer and the experienced. Yet there is no one knowing this, because you are in a state of not-knowing. See also Every moment is the perfect moment – also for dying in the rainforest.

The uncontrolled speed of any disturbing or intensely pleasant event will ignite a take-off to the bliss, that comes from being in the of indifference of the empty breath. So if you are confused about how to connect with it, do not try to clear up the turmoil but be so confused, that there is nothing else than that and therefore not something to define you, wherefore the speed of nothingness ignites a take-off to the bliss of nothingness, that the empty breath entails.

Not interfering with the speed of thoughts and feelings, they are set free to further speed up and ignite a take-off to the empty breath, that syncs the worlds of the outer and inner senses, wherefore everything definable, like stress for example, is absorbed by the high frequency world of the inner senses. The graphic is grabbed from Ello.

Uncontrolled chaos ignites a take-off to the empty breath
If you have not had enough from being a victim of your selected thoughts and feelings structured into a system of right and wrong, that you simply ignore this apparent difference, the thoughts and feelings entrapped by the belief system will try to escape it.

Should you succeed in making order in this mess by making up a new system believed to be more spiritual, thoughts and feelings may be kept in line when awake, but when at sleep and outside of your control they will not leave you at rest.

But if you do not try to stop thoughts and feelings, when they try to escape your control, they are free to further speed up and ignite a take-off to the empty breath, that in less than a split second syncs the apparent stress and chaos in the world of the outer senses with the world of the inner senses in which everything moves so fast and unorganised, that nothing is definable.***

As feeling upset is unveiled to be nothing but a cover up for the transparency of bliss, you no longer need to avoid certain people or situations in order not to be bothered by them. Neither do you have a need to please those persons, who seem to cause happiness. In fact you do not need anything from the world, except what the body needs to survive.

This has nothing do with psychotherapy, as it is about rebuilding yourself by and not blaming somebody else for your feelings but embracing them, as this enhances the belief in being someone definitive instead of undoing it. Besides, blaming something or somebody for what you feel is one of the fastest way to get fed up with your own belief system and thus bypassing it. Read more about that here.

If you do not share your frustrations or joy with anybody but are being it all by yourself, you are not acknowledging a world where there seems to be more than one, wherefore it cancels itself out as if it is something and thus exposed nothing, which is pure bliss

This does not mean that you should let your feelings out or in any way share them, neither via an inner dialogue with what you consider to be yourself and others, nor should you keep them inside, but totally be them until the pressure of being alone is so unbearable, that you automatically leave the belief system causing you to appear as if you are separated from others, wherefore you are not somebody but nobody and thus in the transparent bliss of nothing.

When you are nobody, there is not somebody to be bothered about anything. Consequently only those who want to be somebody have a need for meditation or other techniques to stop or control the thoughts that disturbs what they believe to be.

In the connectedness with the empty breath, you are indifferent to differences, and thus also to being someone definitive. That is why there is not somebody with a need to seek out thoughts in order to be defined as someone definitive by them. Hence there are no thoughts that need to be stopped or controlled via meditation or any other technique. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The connectedness with the empty breath is neither about meditating, chanting or applying other techniques of self-control, because the on and off connectedness with it makes you indifferent to differences and thus to the apparent difference between you and others, wherefore there is no self to define and thus nobody to care about stopping or controlling thoughts.

Judgements about somebody being wrong justifies feeling angry. And judging somebody to be special justifies feeling joy. It also makes it look, as if it is the world that defines you to be someone definitive. The same applies, if you share specific thoughts and/or feelings with others in a dialogue that appears to be inside or outside yourself. Read more about this here.

Fortunately you do not have to stop this in order to undo the belief in being someone definitive, because if justifications are acknowledged, the energy that they have suppressed is set free, wherefore a take-off to the empty breath is ignited. Completely being what you feel ignites a take-off to the empty breath
A take-off to the empty breath is also ignited, when what you feel in this very moment is not suppressed by justifying it with the world but instead totally acknowledged via the completely being what you feel and nothing else, as that means there is not something to contrast what you are, and therefore nothing to define it, wherefore ´you´ are in a state of not-knowing.

That being said, blaming somebody else for what you feel can be a great way of seeing, what you have excluded from yourself (read more about that here), so you can include it by completely being it, which leaves nothing to contrast it and therefore not something to define you, wherefore a take-off to the empty breath is ignited. In other words, it is not require that you restrain yourself, and if you do, being that restriction completely annuls it and thus ignites a take-off to the empty breath.

When the fear of the unknown is fully acknowledged by totally being it, what seemed to be something, that had the power to frighten you, is unveiled as nothing. Thus what is unveiled is neither hell or heaven but the transparency of bliss.

The avoidance of a feeling makes it appear to be something that is dangerous, whereas the acknowledgement of it unveils it is nothing and that the absence of something is blissful. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Be aware, that fully acknowledging feelings can at first be felt like a trip to hell, because once you start opening up for suppressed feelings, everything that you ever have avoided to feel starts popping up. And until those feelings are fully acknowledged one by one or all at once by acknowledging their common denominator, namely fear of the hell, it may feel as if having panic attacks or endless despair and depression.

All those who like to talk about emotions are not into feeling them but to control them, because if something is totally felt, it is unveiled as nothing, wherefore there is nothing to talk about.

As it most likely is too fearful to acknowledge hell at once by being nothing but that it is probably  a process over time, where the on and off connection with the empty breath slowly but surely makes you indifferent to the apparently different of feelings you are experiencing, wherefore no specific feeling can bother you anymore. In The acknowledgment of a feeling unveils its nothingness of bliss you can read more about this, and in The ins and outs of ´the empty breath´ there is more about how to totally be a specific feeling, so that it becomes indefinable and therefore is unveiled as nothing but transparent bliss.

That applies to the fear of death as well. Just like everything else experienced as something, it is the bliss of nothing. This does not mean that death is the ultimate solution – especially not if performed by yourself, as that enhances the belief in being someone definitive. There is no solution in a world where there seems to be more than one but to have the nothingness of it unveiled. This includes whatever is deemed to be spiritual.

As any construction of thoughts can be used to ignite a take-off to the empty breath, and as a world where there seems to be more than one is nothing but a construct of thoughts, there is nothing in it that cannot be used be used for that.

The way Picasso learned to paint was by replicating traditional art, which he did until he was so good at it, that he could forget the techniques and go with the flow of the brush. But there is nobody to replicate in regards to connecting with the empty breath, because its flow is that of nothing. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Not knowing anything ignites a take-off to the empty breath
We normally learn something new by replicating somebody else. That is how we learned to talk and walk. Connecting with the empty breath, however, is not about learning but unlearning, so the purpose of this and the other articles in hack #4.4 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing is not to learn something but to unlearn everything you believe to know – including your ideas about spirituality.

The ocean is what it is, despite what it seems. So is that which I am.

This also applies to reading Alexius experiences of the empty breath in the article What does ´the empty breath´ feel like?. They are not meant to be replicated but to give you an idea of what it is to be an empty vessel for the empty breath.

The reason Alexius so often is as an empty vessel for the empty breath is that he really does not know what and where he is. Neither do you or anybody else know what and where you are. Yet you are most likely working very hard to convince every one that you are not nobody but somebody.

Trouble always follows in the footsteps of being somebody, whereas it is nothing but bliss that comes in the wake of being nobody.

If you stop doing that, there is nothing to obstruct the empty breath from being activated as an automatic gear change between the inner and outer senses, so that glimpses of enlightenment in the world of the inner senses become the basis for how you perceive the world of the outer senses, namely as a fantasy made by nobody from out of nothing.***

In order to appear as if he is someone substantial in a tangible world, Alexius has to adjust to its apparent reality wearing sun glasses and whatnot. That being said, as long as we appear to be somebody in a fantasy world that appears to be substantial, we cannot be nobody all the time. Alexius, for example, must adjust to the fantasy as if he is someone substantial, so that the experiences fabricated by his brain can be used to formulate the non teachings in the collectively agreed way of how communication is done in English. But in order to write them he must be nobody, because their language is that of nothing.

Read Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings until you are so empty, that a take-off to the empty breath automatically is ignited – or you are so tired of reading, that you forget to control yourself, wherefore uncontrolled energy spontaneously ignites a take-off to the empty breath.

This is why you automatically are connected with the empty breath, when you do not know what and where you are, so go on reading Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings until forgetting it is a spontaneously process of not going for something but nothing and thus automatically entering a state of not-knowing.

Exclusiveness results in you appearing to be someone definitive, but since that feels restricting, there is always a desire for more. Inclusiveness on the other hand results in nothing and thus no desire for more. Hence inclusiveness ignites a take-off to the empty breath and its bliss of nothingness. In other words, fragmenting this animation into what you like and do not like will further define you as someone definitive and therefore enhance the feeling of something is missing, whereas the complete inclusion of it is your ticket to the bliss of nothingness.

The same applies to seeing symbols of non-duality in a world of duality (see hack #2.1 Seeing symbols of non-duality in a world of duality and hack #2.2 Everything experienced is a symbol of life), and pretending to be someone (see hack #1.5 Pretending to be someone definitive).

Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings does not give you anything, because that which is you is no different from that which is one, and as it is formless and therefore endless, there is nothing else to have than the formlessness of oneness. Hence you are mistaken, if you believe to be and have more than that which is one. No worries. The Duality Hacks and that which is you
There is no reason to laboriously learn all the hacks in Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings for undoing the belief in being someone definitive. None of them are a goal in themselves – neither do they lead to the goal, because you are already there.

That which is you is no different from that which is one, and as it is formless and therefore endless, there is no more than that which is you.

Hence the purpose of applying one or more of the duality hacks is not to return to that which is one, but exposing what seems to hide it, namely the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

And as the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one do not appear to make a difference, when connected with the empty breath, the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one is slowly but surely falling apart the more you are connected with it.

What you get when searching for happiness is sadness, because on a psychological level you enhance the feeling of not being happy, each time you do something to get rid of your sadness. In other words, the more you try to avoid or correct what you consider to be wrong in yourself or the world, the more you enhance it.

  • Trying to purify yourself, you enhance your feeling of guilt.
  • Pursuing freedom, you strengthened the doors to your prison.
  • Eating to get healthy, your feeling of being wrong is fed.
  • On a quest for enlightenment, darkness is tightened.
  • Trying to unite, separation is increased.
  • Looking for love, you confirm that you are loveless.
  • Seeking god, you insist on being a victim.
  • Wanting peace, your self-hatred is expanded.
  • Searching for a higher self, you confirm you are not good enough

If you do not avoid, correct or try to replace anything, you confirm you miss nothing and thus have everything!

There is nothing to reveal, as that involves more than one and there is no more than that which is one

According to ancient Eastern scriptures the experience of a tangible world defined by time and space is an illusion. If so and if you are real, you cannot be in such a world. Yet you can pretend to be there – just like within the context of such a world, you can pretend to be in a video game. The animation is grabbed from the web.

That you are someone definitive in a world defined by time and space, is an experience you choose to have. This does not mean, however, that it is also you, who choose what happens in a world defined by time and space. Just like everything in a video game is scripted, so is everything in a world defined by time and space. So if you get sick when you turn left, that is how it is scripted.

Thoughts have no power unless you use them to make it appear as if you are somebody instead of nobody.

Dimension is a fabrication. It is not real. That which is real is formless and therefore without any dimension. In the context of dimension it is as flat as can be, and so small that it is invisible. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The script determining what can happen in a world defined by time and space is to be compared to a dream in the sense, that it is made by nobody, those appearing to be there are not real and what happens is beyond their control. Yet they have power to decide how to perceive the script. In other words, it is you who decide if it makes you happy or not.

The above is of course just a metaphor. You do not have the power to decide anything, as that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one, and it takes more than one to decide something.

For the same reason you do not read this, which is revealed when not trying to make sense out of it.

That is not a revelation though, where the formlessness of that which is one is experienced, as that requires more than one, but a revelation of no experience at all, so that there is nothing to hide, there is, never was and never will be no more than the formlessness of that which is you.

This is of course also a metaphor, as it requires more than one to have a revelation. But if nobody is making sense out of this, it does not matter.

The ego cannot survive inclusion

Bliss appears to be the biggest trap of the world. It seems as a goal for most seekers. Unfortunately you cannot experience something without its contrast, so when you want more bliss, which you will eventually crave, as being and/or having more is the reason for believing in a world, where there seems to be more than one, you will experience more of its contrast. The ego is not a power separated from you, but experienced as if it is, you seem to be separated as well made by contrasts of this and that. If any part of a contrast is fully included as it is, it cancels out both itself and its contrast, as no contrasts can survive inclusion. Without contrasts world, where there seem to be more than one, cannot be seen. Consequently there is no ego to hide that which is you, namely the formlessness of that which is one.

The ego is not a power separated from you, but when experienced that it is, you seem to be a creature separated from the world by contrasts of this and that. If one side of a contrast, however, is fully included, the contrast is cancelled out, and so there is no hate, for example, to show you what love is and vice versa. In other words, without contrasts there is no separation and thus no ego. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Harmony and balance, as described in the previous article Harmony hides that which is one, are not the only rewards  the ego offer. Depending on our personality, it will seduce us with more love, wealth, freedom, power, consciousness or whatnot. Basically it will promise us more of whatever we desire, because it wants us to believe, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

Much energy is required to always get more. That is why more energy and/or power is the best-selling point for capitalistic companies and most so-called spiritual movements, as their apparent existence is based on following the ego, so that the idea of a world where there seems to be more than one can be upheld as real.

It may seem, as if the ego is a force outside of you, that cannot be controlled. But that is only because you want to believe it is not part of you, so that you can see yourself as a victim of powers outside of you. The ego thrive from this separation, so if you include it, it has nothing to live from – and so there is no separation to hide that which is you is no different from that which is one.

You cannot recognise, that differences make no difference, if you do not start off by experiencing hate as well as love, bad as well as good and so on. In which order makes no difference. But you will not know, differences make no difference, if you suppress feelings upsetting you, as doing so will make them appear to be different.

The ego is automatically included, when the apparent differences of a world where there seems to be more than one is not perceived to make a difference.

Accept darkness instead of fighting it, and it will enhance the light of the moment.

The sum of any contrast is a perfect moment, so instead of denying or fighting darkness go for it, as this will bring out its contrast, light, as well. Not in the way though that they will merge into dawn, but that they will cancel out each other, so that there is nothing to experience. The two cats – Wincent and Guinevere – that Alexius is sharing a home with have a big territorial instinct, so when a new cat curiously showed up in their home, they got very upset – especially Guinevere. She freaked out and furiously ran away. When she later returned, she did not notice that the stranger were still were chilling out on the sofa, so she laid down on the floor without a worry – until she suddenly looked up and saw him. Then hell was loose.

By thinking the world is the cause of your state of mind, it is justified by the world and thus excluded from what it believed to be you. In this way separation is made real, because projecting the cause of your state of mind onto powers, that appears to be outside of you, there seems to be more than one.

Once again she furiously left us, and even though the visitor had left when she returned, she was still very upset. To prove that her feelings of unjust were justified, she searched for spots of leftover scent from the visitor. Every time she found one, she freaked out so Wincent and Alexius could see how much the stranger had hurt her feelings.

Ultimately speaking it is not possible to be troubled by something, as there is no more than that which is one and it requires more than one to be troubled by something. But if you believe to be someone in a world, where there seems to be more than one, there will always be somebody or something that seems to cause trouble.

In other words, you will not be trouble-free before the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one is undone.

The anger, Guinevere was holding onto, was supposed to exclude the unfamiliar cat from her world and to make him suffer for what she imagined he had done to her. But as the new cat mostly had spent his time in her world by sleeping on the sofa, he had no idea, that she was angry and he was supposed to suffer from it. In fact he happily returned the next day to take another nap on the sofa. Nonetheless there was another one, who felt punished by her anger, namely herself. It was eating her up from inside.

This is not a story about anger but the purpose of holding onto it
The above cat story is not meant to be a story about anger, but the purpose of justifying feelings, which is to manifest the belief that there is more than that which is one.

A feeling in itself cannot confirm this belief. But when it is justified by something judged to be outside of you, you become a victim of forces in a world where there seems to be more than one.. Thus the justification of a feeling confirms the belief that you are someone in such a world. At least that is what you want to believe, even though the prize of this belief is pain.

As it takes more than one to feel something, and as there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless, any kind of feeling always ends up being experienced as painful. In this way you are reminded, it is not possible to be or have more than that which is one.

In the case of Guinevere her anger justified by the stranger makes her seem superior to him, though she actually has turned herself into a victim of him. This make them both appear to be somebody special, and as Guinevere want to be especially good compared to the stranger that she judges to be evil, more anger is justified with him with. And as the result is the same as before even more anger must be justified with the evil one – and so it goes on and on.

Feeling angry or happy results in the same, if those feelings are justified by something, namely the enhancement of being separated from a world that appears to be outside of you.

A victim of justification
Even though what we did judged to be a problem is out-of-the-way, we often choose to hold onto it in order to justify any anger popping up. Besides we also want to punish those we blame for it – maybe our parents – by putting up a sad face so that they will feel guilty about how much they have hurt us.

Feeling angry is an imagination, as reality is that which is one and it takes more than one to feel something.

If it is only when anger is attributed with a cause, that it appears as if somebody or something has upset you. But if it is not attributed with a cause, nothing has upset you. The way to attribute anger with a cause is to justify it, so if you do not do that, the story is over and anger does not seem dangerous, because it is not triggering a story of pain.

In the context of the story of Guinevere this means, that if she does not exclude anger from herself by justifying it as if it is caused by the visiting cat but include it as hers, she has no need to get upset about a visitor in her home and make up a story that implies he must be punished for disturbing her peace of mind. Neither does she need to make up a story about forgiveness, because there is nothing to forgive.

In the context of the story of Guinevere this means, that if she does not exclude her present anger from herself by justifying it as caused by the past visit of a foreign cat but include it as hers, she has no need to find things that reminds her of the stranger in her home and make up a story that implies he must be punished for disturbing her peace of mind. Neither does she need to make up a story about forgiveness, because there is nothing to forgive.

If a feeling of rejection is not justified by what somebody else appear to have done or not done, the feeling is not excluded but included and as that means it does not represent separation, there is no rejection.

There is no darkness without light and vice versa
Even though the everyday view from the balcony of Alexius in the above image is very pleasurable to the eye, he sometimes succeeds in finding things there that seems to justify a discomforting feeling. Just like Guinevere, who was looking for hidden things home to evoke the story she made up of her encounter with the visiting cat, so that her justification of the anger he seemed to trigger from her past could be excluded from her.

To include a feeling as it is, you just let it be without justifying it. To let it be requires, that you consider yourself to be someone definitive, as otherwise there would not be someone to let it be. But by letting it be you lose control and without it you cannot align your appearance into someone definitive. Hence you are nobody.

In this way somebody, who appears to make you angry, becomes somebody who helps you becoming nobody – and it takes nobody to have a perfect moment, since it is a state of not-knowing.

Guinevere, who came to Alexius when she was around five month old, had been left behind twice by other people, so when events in the present trigger her old feelings of insecurity she freaks out. Alexius grew up in a home, that felt like a war zone to him, so he tends to justify his anger as a necessity to protect him from a devastating power interpreted to come from outside of him. 

Such anger from the past does not have to be an ongoing problem though, because when not excluded by blaming somebody else for having caused it, but instead included exactly as it is experienced, it will not only reveal its other side, which is pleasure, but also that the sum of the opposites in a contrast is a perfect moment.

In a perfect moment anger is not a disturbing feeling, pushed away into the dark. Instead it is taken into the light, so the hidden memories of the past, that seemed to have caused it, is no more. Not by going back into the past to fix it, neither by denying it, but by including the pain and anger of the past as it is experienced in the present.

Feelings need the belief in a world, where there seems to be more than one, because it takes more than one to feel something – and such a world needs feelings in order to be experienced as if it is real and not just make-believe.

Inclusion frees you from your own story of a world made up of past memories, and as it is those memories you use to keep your believe in separation alive, the concepts used to condition you into assuming that you are an autonomous creature quietly falls apart. This does not mean that you will get rid of your conditioning. If you try that, they will just be replaced by others. But it means, you will not consider them to be real – just like even though you play along with the rules of a game, you do not consider the rules of it to be real.

The thrill of the moment.

Words like  god and soul are much-loved by the ego, who invented those concepts in order to make you believe that you have been created and therefore exist as someone definitive. For the same reason it has also made seductive concepts like mind, (higher) self, coming from the heart and living in the now, as these ideas seems to tempt many going on a quest realising themselves, as if there is something real to realise. So far though nobody has realised any of these things.

The reason is very simple: All those concepts are nothing but sweet dreams of something that does not exist, neither does the ego – but as long as you pursue the dreams of something higher, better and bigger, the ego seems to be alive and kicking.

The ego loves when you think it must be replaced with for example god, pure consciousness and unconditional love, because that means it appears to have caused you.

Searching for something preserves the ego
The ego knows, that the reason for your sweet dreams are insecurity, and that the insecurity comes from believing to be someone definitive in a world defined by time and space, as that means you must try control what appears to happen in a moment in order to uphold the image of you as someone definitive. But when you control a moment by excluding the parts of it, that you judge to be wrong, you do not feel the thrill of it. Instead you feel insecure, as excluding something makes you feel excluded.

Obviously the solution is inclusion. The ego, however, hides that by seducing you with vague ideas of a self, that magically can be transformed into a higher one full of bliss. But it knows there is no self, and that the endless search for it will increase your sense of insecurity, and therefore preserve the dependency of the ego, so that its ´life´ is forever secured.

The ego and you have a mutual agreement
The ego of course does not have the power to deceive you. That is, unless you give it that power. And having done so, it seems to be the cause of what you think, feel and do and you to be a victim of it. Hence you can blame the ego for what you seem to think, feel and do and justify it by pointing at the ego, which often is projected onto other persons or the world in general. Consequently you are not responsible for any negative feedback associated with your behaviour.

So with the help of the ego you are off the hook. You seem to be innocent and others to be guilty. And even if you appear to be wrong, it is not your fault but somebody else´s.

No meaning to be found in a world defined by time and space
The ego wants you to believe, there is a hidden meaning to be found in the world, that you will find when you have become more pure.

The secret of life, however, is never revealed. First of all, nobody is able to fully apply the special teachings that are supposed to reveal it, and secondly life is formlessness, so there is no life in a world defined by time and space. Such a world can be compared to a dream, and just like the dreamer is not in the dream, life is not in a world defined by time and space. Thirdly, life is not hidden. As it is formless, it is endless and therefore everything. Thus it cannot be hidden unless, you choose to believe that there is more than everything.

In other words, there is no meaning in a world defined by time and space. Yet while appearing to be in such a world you can have your cake and eat it too, if not being exclusive but inclusive, as this approach makes every moment the perfect moment*. So you get the thrill of the moment just like you want it, while having the belief in the ego undone, because in a perfect moment nothing is wrong or missing, and when the ego has no flaws to correct it fades out.

There is no soul. It is a construction of thoughts to cover up that nothing lasts in a world defined by time and space, contrary to the formlessness of that which is one, since formlessness is endless. Hence the idea of a world defined by time and space is discarded the same moment it is conceived. That is not the subject of this article, however, but the article All experiences are equally unreal.

No answers to be found in world where there seems to be more than one, as there is no more than that which is one
If you think, you have not gotten the full answer to the questions in the headline, you are correct, and that is because there is no answer. Asking a question like what is mind, soul and ego is like asking, why there was an elephant flying in my dream last night. It cannot be explained, because it did not happen. It is not possible – only in the dream. And nothing in a dream is real. Neither in a world to be defined by time and space, as it is to be compared to a dream.

Questions like »Who is having the dream of the world« is only asked to secure yourself that you somehow exist as someone definitive, though there is nothing but the formlessness of that which is one, as formless is endless and therefore everything. In other words, mind, soul and ego is equally illusionary, so if you want an answer to the question in the headline, it is that mind, soul and ego – just like any other concepts in a world defined by time and space – are illusions used to prove you are not dreaming but someone tangible in a world defined by time and space.

A question asked in a dream has no real answer, because a dream is not real.

If you accept the indication of this answer, namely that you deceive yourself to believe you are someone definitive in a world defined by time and space, although such a world is to comparable to a dream, you may ask, who is having this dream. You may not expect an answer, because questions similar to »Who am I« have been asked for ages without anyone being able to answer.

Yet you expect your question to prove, that although you as someone definitive in a world defined by time and space is an illusion, you exist as someone special beyond this illusion. But as already said, there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one, as formlessness is endless, and since being someone requires more than one, there is not someone at all.

A world defined by time space is therefore not a dream but to be compared to one in the sense that nothing in a dream is real and that which is cannot be realised in an illusion. But you can realise, that what you appear to be in a world defined by time and space is not real, and realising that, the apparent difference between mind, soul and ego or anything else slowly stops making a difference. And without that, the belief that you are someone at all has no foundation.


*) Do not mistake a perfect moment for living in the now. The latter is a concept based on excluding negative thoughts and whatever judged not to be positive, where as a perfect moment is born out of including everything that appears to be outside or inside of you as it in that moment. That may be thoughts of the past or the future and hate as well as love. It also comes if there is something you forget to include. That is, if you include your forgetfulness, so you can even exclude something and still have the thrill of a perfect moment.

To find peace, stop looking for it

If you are looking for new experiences, no matter how high or pure they may seem to be, you have turned yourself into a victim of the future.

The foundation of a world where there seems to be more than one is separation. First that which is one seems to become two and then more and more – and this is what such a world is about. Yet to be or have more does not lead to more peace, but more separation and therefore a feeling of more loss, which enhances the hope for more.

There is nothing exciting about peace. Nevertheless it is that which is life – not the kind of life though that appears to have an end. It has no beginning or end and thus no size. And as excitement always is evoked by something definable, that is expected to give you lasting happiness when it is achieved in the future, there is no excitement in peace.

As peace is that which is one, and as that which is you is no different from that which is one, it is found when nobody is looking for it.

What is said in this article about excitement also applies to hope. Peace leaves you nothing to hope for.

When not rushing around to get excited about this and that, boredom will reveal the peace of that which is.

Excitement is based on the idea, that there must be more than that which is one. But no matter how excited or high you get, it is not enough. Any excitement or state of mind will enhance your motive of looking for excitement, namely to be or have more, so any achievement motivates you to look for more.

To be connected is an imagination based on the belief in separation, as you are imagining a connection to something separated from you.

Most persons, who consider themselves spiritual, agree that the world is in the eye of the beholder. If so, it seems those persons are fucked up, because they always complain about the world, and say it is missing something or something should be changed, so that there can be peace.

Peace needs nothing, because it is formless and therefore endless, so it is everything. And so is that which is you, since there is no more than peace.

Peace has no privacy, because it is without knowledge, consciousness and everything else that requires more than one.

The reason for abandoning that which is one in favour of a world where there seems to be more than one may differ from person to person. One general reason though is the craving for being and having more than that which is one. And anger that this is not possible, since formlessness is endless and therefore everything, so there is no more than that which is one.

The purpose of believing to be a separated creature in a body is that in the body you can hide what you do judge to be wrong, so an image of you being right can be fabricated.

Yet it is not possible to feel anger in oneness, since that requires more than one. So anger is not something you feel but that which is you, and as there is no difference between that and the formlessness of oneness and there is nothing outside it, anger cannot be escaped.

When somebody else or your own body is blamed for the anger, so you seem to be off the hook and on a path of love. See also the article The YOU finger and the three ME fingers.

But what if there was something outside of oneness. If so there would be somewhere to escape – and so you imagine a whole world outside of that which is one where there seems to be more than one and keep imagining ´what if´. In this world you can hide the anger in the body, you seem to have, or project it onto other bodies, which is the main purposes of the appearance of them, as they not only seem to hide your anger but also that there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one.

Only in a world where there seems to be more than one is it possible to experience a contrast like that of joy and anger. This or any other feeling is, however, an illusion, as reality is than that which is one and it takes more than one to feel something. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Yet none of the imagined appearances in a world where there seems to be more than one lasts, so sooner or later anger seems to be yours again. And nothing will really help you to get rid of it or any other feeling that you brought into a world where there seems to be more than one. Fortunately you do not have to get rid of anything, if everything seen is perceived as symbols of that which makes it possible to imagine, there is anything to see at all, namely the formlessness of that which is one.

Hence the apparent difference between anger and joy does not appear to make a difference, and when everything is the same there is peace.

That everything is the same in the sense that every appearance symbolises the formlessness of that which is one, does not mean that you should not acknowledge the apparent between for example you and me, but that you do not interpret it to make a difference.

To perceive differences in that way is not ultimate reality though but a simulation of it. No worries. By seeing every appearance as a symbol of that which is one, you are not identified with being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, and so you are bidding welcome the formlessness of that which is one, and as that is no different from that which is you it is only a matter of time the symbols do not appear to hide that which they are symbolising.

How long this will take is not important, because time is a symbol of that which is one and like all other symbols an illusion. So even though you appear to be waiting to return that which is you, it is not so. That is where you are there. It is not possible to be anywhere else.

To set the body free is to set you free

If you concentrate a lot you may be able to find, something that appears to be a person in this image, and so you may extend this appearance by imagining what that person is like. Imagine that sitting in a bathtub you start to get glimpses of something that looks like a world in the steam coming up from the bathtub. Or imagine you look at a drawing or painting of some persons. What you see seem to see is not real in the sense, that there is no life in the paintings or in the world you grasp in the steam of the bath top. Yet your imagination can make those lifeless things appear to be alive.

Though projections are not real, they appear to be when you hide that their apparent effect is self-made.

If you project thoughts onto the persons in the painting, they will seem to be in love or at war depending on the thoughts you are projecting. If you feel good, you may project love onto them, and experience this to come back to you from them and not you. Hence it feels like the persons in the painting are alive.

By adding more thoughts to your love story – for example that the persons are coming from the heart – more good vibes seem to come to you from outside, and so it seems you have a connection with somebody outside of you. Yet it is all a story, you have made up in your head in order to appear as if you are and have more than that which is one.

That which is not real cannot be explained, neither can that which is real
The above is an example to illustrate, the world is made from the fragments of things you imagine to see in oneness. The example does not explain everything though. Who is it, that see fragments of oneness, and is it possible to have fragments of oneness?

No it is not possible to have fragments of oneness, and consequently there are no fragments to see. But that which is not possible in reality may be possible in a fairy tale. Yet it is not possible to logically explain how something is possible in a world of a fairy tale, because there is no logic way to explanation something that is not real. If there was it would be real. That is why so many like to ask, who they are.

To exist is an illusion. It requires more than one to exist, to be or to have a consciousness and there is no more than that which is one, as it is formless and therefore endless.

Even though nobody has ever found an answer to that, they like to think the question in itself implies, that there is an answer to it, and that they therefore must exist as a real person.

It is just as crazy as to ask, who is the writer of this article and then start looking for the writer in the article. The writer is not there, and you are not in the world. Neither is there any explanation possible for that which is real, as it takes more than one to explain something, and reality is that which one.

So there we are – or at least we seem to be in the fairy tale of a world where there seems to be more than one. What to do about it? Doing nothing is the way out, as doing something is what makes you appear to be there.

This does not mean, that there may not be bodily problems, but the body can deal with that itself. It is constructed as a self-healing organism. You may give it a hand  to make it easier for it to deal with its problems – just like you brush your teeth to protect them … but that is most of the time sufficient.

In a world encapsulated by time and space all projections of thoughts onto the body comes from the mind. In such a world everything is made up in the mind, also the idea of an ego, a physical or an astral world or a mind. The projections are what makes the body and the other ideas appearing to be real.

But the projections of perfection onto the body with the attempt to get rid of orange peel, obtain six-packs and whatnot is a burden for it. You can therefore make it easier for the body – and consequently the person who appears to be there – by only projecting those thoughts onto the body, that is necessary for its survival in the world, and keep the rest of them in the mind.

Ways to depart that which is not real
To split body and mind in this way is also a very good exercise for departing the illusion of a world encapsulated by time and space, because you can only leave it without a body. By separating body and mind, you will have a better time as a person in the world and at the same you are ´closer´ to the formlessness of oneness.

You could of course go back to the your childhood and find the obsessive patterns of the mind projected on the body, and then – maybe with the help of a psychologist – face them in order to undo them. But that is very time-consuming, and the psychologist is not interested in splitting up your fabricated connection between the body and mind, as that goes against preserving the belief that we are the body, we appear to be in.

A much easier way to set the body free is to simply forgive the little child, who chose to project things of the mind onto the body, that as a grown up has caused you so much pain. That is all! You do not have to know, when the pattern started, neither do you have to understand the thought system of the little child. It is hardly understandable anyway for a grown up. Besides your intellectual understanding is not what the little child needs.

An even easier way to set the body free is forgive it for doing, what you have asked it to do.

The fastest and most simple way
Without that which is life no projections are possible, so you can simply choose to see all projection and what they seem to have caused, as symbols of that which is life. This way the body may still suffer from projections onto it, but not you, because even though you appear in the world, you are not of it when perceived as a symbol of life. In other words, you are no more not a victim of the body and/or the world.

You cannot go wrong, when you choose to see everything in the world as symbols of that which is life, because whatever way you to do it is a symbol of that which is life. In other words, you do not have to be pure or in any other way to be perfect, because whatever you seem to be in the world symbolises that which is life.

Fear is just a four letter word

Feelings confirm you as a living being within a capsule of time and space. It is fearful though to be stuck in a capsule, and if you also fear leaving it, you will look for lasting happiness there, but never find it, as time and space is an illusion built on the idea, there must be more than that which is formless and non-tangible.

Sometimes the weather is rainy and at other times sunny. Though thoughts of rain may seem more heavy than those of sunshine all kinds of thoughts are fleeting, so the apparent heaviness of specific thoughts will not remain. That is, if you have no need to feel the world.

If you want to experience yourself as a real person in a real world, you need to feel it, so in this context heavy thoughts are preferable – especially if they are justified by something.

By concluding that the thoughts, you seemed to have while it was raining, was caused by the rain, you project them onto something perceived as a substance, and that rubs off on the thoughts regarding the rain. They seem to become a substance you can feel – and feeling the rain, you know the world has done something to you. Hence the conclusion seems to be that you and the world must be real.

Although the feeling that is produced when the body is touched, is nothing but a construction of thoughts compiled in the brain, you believe this proves the body to be real and hence that you exist as someone definitive.

Whatever thoughts are passing by regarding the rain, if you use them to justify something in relation to the rain, they will turn into feelings, and they will be painful in one way or the other.

To make the feeling of being someone who is getting wet from rain even more substantial, you may search your memory for a similar event. Let us say, you remember how you stumbled and broke your leg one rainy day in the past. The thoughts of anger, that passed by that day, you did not like, so you excluded them from what you experienced to be you by justifying the authorities who had not put up a warning sign about the slippery road. Read more about excluding thoughts and feelings by justifying them with the world in hack #3 Not being exclusive but inclusive.

The conversion of thoughts into feelings
Remembering the essence of this past event, namely that you are a victim of sources outside of yourself, will help you to justify your thoughts in the present with something outside of you that seems substantial, so that thoughts about it turn into a more tangible form. And as the past feeling of anger was justified by the authorities, whom you blamed for having caused your broken leg, the present feeling feels like anger, that you cannot help to feel, because it is caused by somebody else.

Being a victim of bad things outside of yourself you can define yourself as good and others as bad. Some do it the other way around, but that does not matter. What matters is, that you are defined as someone specific, because then you are someone definitive in a real world, that can be felt as a substantial body and feeling it seems to confirm, your existence, although it is nothing but a construction of thoughts. This also apply also to feelings of love and whatnot.

To make long short, in the context of the above story of a broken leg you have stored feelings of sadness in your leg and you have a short fuse regarding authorities, whom you blame for this. So because of how you have chosen to perceive the past, even a light shower or a mild reprimand may trigger the old feelings stored in your legs. It hurts, but it is also comforting, as feelings confirms you are alive.

Feeling the world may sometimes seem so intense and real, that you look for ways to lessen feelings you do not like with alcohol, meditation, prayer, chanting, food, television, shopping and whatnot.

The purpose, however, is still to feel that you exist, and in this you can never succeed, because it takes more than one to exist and there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless.

Your identification depends on feelings. Without them you do not seem to exist, so even if you consult  a healer, you do not want to be healed, because without feelings you cannot experience yourself to be someone definitive. You only want the feelings of discomfort to hurt less or cause less problems. See also the article That which is faster than the speed of light.

The deconstruction of thoughts
No healing can help you as long as you want to remain a person in the world – and as long as you seem to be in the world, you want to be a person. That is why you appear to be there. Fortunately there are ways to hack this where you can have your cake and eat it too.

Some suggest forgiveness as a way to deal with the world. Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings have several other hacks to deal with the world and at the same time undo the belief in it, for example pretending to be someone definitive in the world instead of believing to be a person there (hack #1.5 Pretending to be someone definitive) – or to perceive everything as symbols as that which is life (hack #2.1 Seeing symbols of non-duality in a world of duality and hack #2.2 Everything experienced is a symbol of life).

Any way out of an illusion is an illusion, so whatever way out of it that seems beneficial to you can be used to undo this illusion. Best to follow a way though of one who knows, the way is an illusion, because you are not going anywhere, as that which is you is no different from that which is one, and it takes more than one to go somewhere. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Thoughts are fleeting, so to think you are someone definitive is not painful, but to project this thought onto a body in order to feel as if you exist is very painful, because feelings have an end, and so you know what you appear is gonna end.

These ways make it more comfortable to appear as if you are someone definitive, while the thought system behind the belief, that it is possible to be someone at all, is being undone. None of those ways though are the right way, because there is no way. If there was the world would be real and not an illusion, so while you appear to be in this illusion, it makes no difference what way you choose or if you any.

Although fear is not comfortable, it will always makes you feel as if you are alive. But it is someone who has no life, who needs to feel it. That which is life cannot be felt, because there is nothing else than that, and so there is no way to feel it. No worries. That which is life is content by being everything.

To perceive everything as symbols of that which is life ((hack #2.1-2 To see symbols of life in the world and Everything experienced is a symbol of life) may be the fastest way. But then again time is an illusion.

Nevertheless this hack includes forgiveness, which is the popular hack of A Course in Miracles, and all the duality hacks of Alexius, as they of course also are symbols that which is life. That is except the enlightenment of that which is one (see hack #5-7.2 The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be found in a world where there seems to be more than one, but glimpses of it can), as that which is one is life.

There is nothing to learn in the world, because just like in a dream you are not there.

This hack is so easy to implement, because forgetting to do it is just another symbol of that which is life, so you do not have to be a good student. A bad student is also a symbol of that which is life. You do not even need a teacher, because there is nothing to learn or accomplish.

You do need to follow something not of your own and in your own speed, because only the ego has something of its own.

This is a typical quote posted on the internet by so-called alternative people, who claim to be into self-realisation, though they hardly know anything about what is going on in themselves, but apparently a lot about others, whom they want to help becoming better.

Nobody can make you fearful, because of what they think. Nobody has that power, unless you choose to be a victim of what you exclude from yourself as others, so that they and not you are to be blamed for your state of mind.

Yet it is all happening in you, so if you think, you are afraid of what other people think, you are wrong. What you really are afraid of is how you interpret, what you think other people think.

It is all about you, and nobody else. If you hate yourself, you will interpret everything, that seems to come your way as expressions of hate – and if you love yourself, everything appears to be full of love. So you love your neighbour as yourself, when you love yourself.

The conclusion of this article is in no way, that you must stop blaming others. On the contrary, because doing so is the fastest way to see, what you have displaced yourself from – and seeing that is a way to bring back home what is yours. A shortcut to bringing it all home is to see everything experienced as symbols of that which is life. This does not mean, that you actually need to face each and every experience from the past. You can go on denying them, as long as you also see denial as a symbol of that which is life.

Disintegration from appearances sets you free

They want to avoid embracing their own self hatred.

Those considering themselves to be spiritual like to tell others, that they should be more integrated with nature and mother earth. But just like it is not possible to integrate anything of the virtual world in a game like Super Mario – apart from your perception of it – it is not possible to integrate the elements in a world of duality apart except your perception of it … and perceptions are not lasting.

You cannot be in a virtual world, but you can pretend to be there
As someone in a world of duality you cannot be part of nature or anything else, as there is no duality without separation. A person is just as separated from nature as from a television show. This includes those talking about integration with nature and whatnot, because the nature of duality is separation.

But they feel guilty about not being able to live their own ideas and instead of facing the illusionary nature of their dreamy concepts, they want to make somebody else pay for their failure by making them guilty of not being integrated with the beauty of nature. They write books and arrange seminars to teach others to be integrated with the now, the nature, love and whatnot for no other reason than to avoid embracing their own self-hatred.

The cover up of self-hatred is one of the main motivators of the world. You think, that there is a self but it is just an idea you have spent years of had work to establish. Unfortunately it has not resulting in a self, you can love, so you hate, what you have made yourself to be. You try to improve it by integrating it with this or that or simplify it through meditation hoping you will get better tomorrow. But nothing works, and the reason is simple. There is no self, no soul, no mind, no ego, no person and no tomorrow. Just like there is no Super Mario to improve and no tomorrow for him.

Disintegration sets you free
Integration will never work, but disintegration will. The more you disintegrate from the world, the happier you will be. Disintegration sets you free to explore the world, as you see fit without any risk of loosing anything, because even though you appear to be there you are not of it.

How you appear does not matter, when you do not believe it is you

The difference though between the one who believes to be in the world and the one who pretends to be there is that the latter do not take the programmed reactions seriously.

The world we see on the screen in a cinema is made from frequencies of light that are projected from somewhere else onto a flat screen. We so not actually see the frequencies, neither do we experience the world on the screen to be flat, because our experience is a fabrication made by the brain based on how it is conditioned to translate the frequencies hitting our eyes.*

Hence the world on the screen, where we experience people to be separated from each other in a world defined by time and space is a deception fabricated by the brain. Frequencies of light is all there is on the screen, so the world we seem to see and feel there is made up in ourselves. And so is what we believe to be ourselves.

The brain uses five percent of its capacity to build a self, that uses a selected part of the info hitting the senses in combinations with singled out memories, feelings and imaginations to create an exciting story about itself as someone special in a world defined by time and space.*

Nowadays, as most movies are digitized and often seen on a computer, it may be more correct to say, that the world we seem to see on the screen is fabricated from the digital info reaching your eyes. As this consists of nothing but zeros and ones in different combinations, this info makes no sense to us before the brain has translated it in accordance with its conditioning.

The brain functions like an app creating and rendering a realistic looking world in 3D based on your belief in being someone definitive there.

Though the conditioning of the brain may seem to differ from person to person, they have all agreed to the same basis conditioning, namely that each one of them are someone special separated from what appears to be outside of them in a world defined by time and space.*

Even though this rendering of a sunset does not look like a ´real´ sunset, memories of a sunset, that you have conditioned yourself to interpret as real, will probably pop up and take over, so the translation of the frequencies hitting your eyes are adjusted to what you believe to be real. When you experience to see and/or feel the body it is the same story, as when you experience a dimensional world in a movie at a flat screen. Not even is the body not substantial. It is not there at all.

There is nothing but frequencies of light – or pure info if you prefer the digital version in the above explanation – and they are only experienced as something substantial, because the brain has made a translation of them it in accordance with how it has been conditioned to simulate you as someone substantial in a tangible world.*

No matter how realistic the brain renders the sight of a world defined by time and space, there is nothing real in it.

Same story about the self that appears to be ruling the body from inside of it. Whether the self is believed to be mundane or spiritual the existence of it is a story made up in the brain. But as that which is you is no different from that which is one and it takes more than one to fabricate something, this self has nothing to do with that which is you.

In a dream everything is make-believe, because it made from nothing. And since oneness is formless and therefore endless, the same applies to a world defined by time and space.

In the context of believing to be someone in a world defined by time and space this can be compared to having a dream. Nothing in the world of the dream is real and even though the dreamer may experience to be there, it is make-believe, because the dreamer is real – and what is real cannot be in an illusion. Yet it can pretend being there.

In other words, that which is you is not in a world defined by time and space but pretending to be someone definitive in a dreamscape rendered by the brain.

Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings functions only within in a world where there seems to be more than one. In other words, they must be forgotten in order to undo the belief in such a world, so that there does not appear to be something hiding, there never was and never will be more than that which is one. Ultimately speaking the frequencies, that the brain base its story of a world defined by time and space upon, are also imagined, because nothing definable is real, since reality is that which is one and it takes more than one to define something.

In other words, as it requires more than one to find the basis for a world defined by time and space, it cannot be found. This could be the reason why science concludes, that the experience of world made by elements of matter is an illusion, because it consists of nothing but empty space. Hence any experience and the one believing to experiencing it is make-believe.

As Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings are part of the experience created from of empty space, they are of course as illusionary as anything else experienced. So please do not consider them to be definitive manifestation of truth but metaphors exposing the belief in that which is not real, so that it can be undone.

As this article is part of that dreamscape and as you seem to read it – although what you believe to read is a version translated by your brain and therefore by you, since the brain is the total of your memories – you either believe or pretend to be in your personal version of that dreamscape.

No persons though are totally satisfied with the way their personal dreamscape is rendered. Deep down they hate the person, they seems to be in it. But as so-called negative feelings seem to distort the perfection of their rendered personality, they try to fence them off with ideas of a better world, truth, eternity, coming from the heart and whatnot.

Unfortunately these ideas do not change the fact, that the world just like you as a person is founded on the belief that it is possible to be separated from the formlessness of oneness.

In fact those promoting such apparently beautiful visions enhance this belief, because to appear as a good person they have separated themselves from they judge to be bad by projecting it on those they claim are in need their help. Being a person separated from others by time and space though is not a problem, if it is something you pretend to be, because what you pretend to be, you are not. In other words, nothing needs to be changed or stopped, when you do not believe to be a person in a world defined by time and space but pretend being there.

Playing a game is more fun when following its rules instead of spending time trying to change them into what you consider to be more fair according to your ideas of a better world.

Within the context of such a world you do not spend time trying to make a game like for example Monopoly better or to find out who you really are but simply follow the rules of the game as they are, because that is what makes it fun pretending to be in a world where you are not.

The same applies to pretending to be someone definitive in a dreamscape appearing as a world defined by time and space. Even though it consists of nothing and thus is an illusion, you just have fun by playing the game of being someone definitive there.

To sum it up, the more you are pretending this, the more it is just as fun being a winner as a looser, as pretending to be something undoes the belief that it is possible to be anything at all, since that requires more than one and that which is you is no different from that which is one.

When I hear people talk about psychologically problems, they often say things like: »You´re upset, because you did not speak your mind, when somebody said or did something that offended you«. This or similarly sentences are popular ways of justifying feelings, so that they appear to be caused by something outside the sufferer.

If one plus one is not two, then the whole maths system falls apart. In other words: If the foundation is wrong, what is build upon it is also wrong. This is to say, that the above assertion of what is causing psychologically problems is totally wrong and therefore also any solutions built upon that assertion.

It is not what others do, but your perception of it that upsets you
You never get upset, because of what somebody else say or do – or not say or do. You get upset because of the way you choose to perceive, what somebody else say or do – or not say or do. But only if you already have the specific feeling you blame somebody else for causing in you, because you cannot receive something, that you do not already have. Just like the sun can only color your skin in proportion to how much the pigments in it allows you to be touched by it.

It is of course to a certain extent your choice, if you want to have the pigments in your skin touched by the sun or not. Yet how to perceive the color triggered by the sun is solely a choice of yours.

If you love yourself, you will most likely perceive the new skin color as lovely. But if you feel uncertain about yourself, you may perceive faults and missing parts in it, as if something is wrong and needs to be fixed. This perception, however, reveals nothing about the sun but everything about what you suppress in yourself.

The more for example hate is suppressed in yourself, the more the new skin color seems to upset you. And the less you want to face it is your own feeling, the more you will blame the sun for it, regardless it already was present – although suppressed –and has nothing to with the sun but your own self-hatred.

If you want another person to respond in the way that you define as lovingly, you reject what that person really is – basically because you have rejected yourself. And so when you do not get the expected respond, your own feeling of rejection is exposed. Yet you blame somebody else for that instead of acknowledging that the world is in the eye of the beholder.

If you do not love yourself, you cannot give love, because what you do not have you cannot give, neither receive. In other words, what you give is what you receive, so if you see unfriendliness, that is what you give, and therefore what you have and are. To use a very common phrase, the world is in the eye of the beholder.

Love and hate are two sides of the same coin
As love cannot be forced, you cannot choose to love what you appear to be. But you can choose to accept, that you hate it and actively have suppressed that. Doing, so you will see love is set free because hate and love are two sides of the same coin and that the only reason you have not seen the love you have is that you cannot suppress one without the other.

Therefore, when others seem to upset you, be thankful, they may have helped to expose your hatred, and if accepted as yours, you will see you also have its contrast, namely love. In other words, they love you!

Far from all persons will respond to you in the way, that you expect. Yet the respond, that you perceive to receive correlates to what you gave out. So if you do not like what you perceive to receive, you must either change what you give out or the perception of what you receive. The latter is the easiest, and as giving and receiving is the same, by changing the perception of what you receive you also change your perception of what you gave. You can of course only give what you have and as that is what you believe to be, by changing the perception of what you receive, you change what you believe to be.

What you give out comes back to you – not in another lifetime but in the very same moment. This is not to be understood in a physical way, as if you give money you will get money. It is the intention behind giving money, that returns to you immediately. The sense of giving and receiving is happening in the mind, so if you want to experience being loved, love must be the content of what you give. In other words, if you give what you want, your perception of what you receive will be, that you get what you want.

Whether you are aware of it or not, you always give what you want, so if you perceive to receive hatred, that is what you want. Maybe because you want to see the hate, you have hidden in yourself, so that you can have and give love, because without hate you cannot see that you have love.

A world of duality can only be experienced due to contrasts, so the higher an experience you want, the lower you have to be willing to go in order to experience it. There is no pure love without dirty dancing, and there is no bliss without depression. Meditation, chanting, aura-transformation, you name it, will not change that.

As the world is experienced through contrasts, you cannot have one without the other. When you accept the hate you seem to have, you have paved the way for also seeing the love that you have. And seeing that you have love, you can give it and doing so, you will perceive that others respond to you with love.

How you perceive this article does not tell anything about it, but about what you believe to be, so if you do not like the way you perceive it, it is in your own best interest to change your perception.

Watching a movie you do not have the power to change it, but you have the power to change your conception of it.

This does mean, however, that you have the power to change the world, but that you have the power to choose how to perceive it.
