How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´ (draft)

When not trying to make sense of this image but going with its absurdity, the free-flowing energy of the experience spontaneously ignites a take-off to the empty breath and its bliss of emptiness, provided there is a willingness to forget what you believe to be. The image is grabbed from the web.

If not perceiving what you read to be special, it cannot define you as unique. Thus there is not something special to obscure the bliss of nothing.

As soon as you have had enough of the frustration coming from the perception in being special and you do not try to edit or transform your feeling of desperation, the raw energy of it automatically ignites a take-off to the empty breath. Since it is nothing and your current experience of something is processed by the brain from what it did imagine to receive from a gap in nothing one second ago (read more about that here), the take-off to the empty breath only takes one second.

In other words, when you connect with the empty breath, you go one second back in linear time to the nothingness that is unprocessed into something by the brain.  From there, the brains rendering of nothing into a world of something looks the same, but it is not perceived to be something and therefore not confirming you to be someone. Hence you are in the bliss of nothing.

Every time you believe in fighting something, it is to prevent being nothing.

In linear time, it may take a few more seconds, or many years, before there is nothing but the bliss of emptiness because out of reflex you probably try to force the breath through the tensions in the body, instead of going with the flow of the empty breath. It may feel as if you are fighting with the empty breath about how to breathe.

This fight, however, is solely between what you perceive to be you and an intruder because the empty breath is not intruding you. That is not possible. It does not see you as someone made of solid elements, but of emptiness just like itself. So when you stop fighting nothing, the empty breath goes through the tensions, caused by the thoughts and feelings you have excluded from your awareness by hiding them in the body, as they are nothing.

To get to this point, you must be willing to not stop the breath from going through the painful areas of the body. In this process, you may use professional healthcare services to relieve the body from spasms and headaches, for example, as the empty breath is not healing it – only the belief that there is someone in it.

What you believe in being is nothing twisted by the brain into someone experiencing something. In the presence of the empty breath, which is nothing that has not been processed into something, you become indifferent to the experience of something and thus of being someone. The animation is grabbed from the web.

Having passed the apparent physical and emotional obstacles, you turn into nobody. It may at first feel like the empty breath sets off from an engine in the abdomen as if it is an inner breath that in a slow fashion pumps air from there to extract the body (read more about that here), whereafter it returns to the engine which seems to take its time before it pumps it out again without any concept of being inside and outside of a body.

Despite that this is nothing which extracts and contracts nothing, it is in a world where everything is experienced as something also experienced to be that. It might be experienced as if you having fun surfing yin-yang like waves in the rhythmic flow of the empty breath, or being everywhere and nowhere in the sound of it, or joyfully moving with the swing of it, or being still in the abstractness behind its rhythmic flow. Read more about that in What does ´the empty breath´ feel like?

Although it may have been unedited speed and chaos that connected you with the empty breath, it is not a speedy or chaotic affair being connected, but like you weightlessly walk on clouds. Think of being high up in the sky in an aeroplane. Although it was the speed that ignited the take-off and it must be maintained to keep you in the air, it is not the speed you feel but a laid-back experience of being in the clouds.

Regarding speed, whether connected with the empty breath or not, we are always moving extremely fast because the Earth and thus us as well is spinning at 1.000 miles an hour, if at the equator and a little less when north and south of it, and the entire planet is hurtling around the sun at 67.000 miles an hour. Having a static perception of ourselves, however, we do not feel the thrill of this but having a perception in sync with the brain (read more about that here), we feel it and can use it to ignite a take-off to the empty breath.

However, the ways described in this article and the other ones in hack #5.2 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing are generally not geared for the basic but special self. That is because most are drawn in by the excitement they imagine to get from being special, rather than the pure happiness, they automatically receive when being basic, because the latter will not make them essential in a world where being special, bitchy and having something extraordinary is the standard. Read more these two kinds of self in hack #4.2 The basic self versus the special one and hack #4.3 To be a basic self is to be good enough.

If not focused but defocused, all the elements used to construct what you believe to be blur out. Hence they do not seem to be something, and you, therefore, not different from the nothingness where the empty breath resides. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

So although being special brings about stress and being basic results in relaxation, almost everybody does their best to establish themselves as somebody special in a mundane or so-called spiritual way. Thus hack #5.2 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing is mostly about using stress and speedy thoughts as a take-off to the empty breath. In regard to the basic self, it is not the stress of being somebody but the relaxation of being nobody, that ignites a take-off to the empty breath.

Let us imagine, you have covered your eyes by your hand, so you can indulge in daydreaming without being disturbed by the world outside of you. Though it feels great to have a fantasy of a better world, it also feels strange to be cut off from the actual world.

So when you want to see the world as it is and not as you imagine it could be, and you sense it is your own hand that stops you from doing so, you automatically remove it. Hence it is the built-up frustration and the realisation it is caused by your own hand, that makes you take it away so you can see the world as it is.

Having had enough of something ignites a take-off to the empty breath and the bliss of nothing
The process in the above box, generally speaking, resembles the way a take-off to the empty breath is ignited. The perception of the experiences you seem to have is believed to establish you as special and therefore to hide that it is a fantasy made from nothing.

This perception, which is to be compared to the hand in the above box, is made from selected thoughts organised into a spiritual or mundane vocabulary (read more about that here), that you share with like-minded ones to confirm each other as being special and not just a fantasy of the brain. Read more about this here.

You may not only sense the bare feet that have made the footprints in this photo but also the body they belong to. Yet there is no feet or entity in the image, and nobody makes footprints like those. Hence what you sense is a construction of thoughts. Read more about that here. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When you have had enough of the confusion that comes from this perception, you loosen the grip on the selected thoughts, making it up. Thus you start to see that being special is a daydream. When you are fed up by that, your frustration ignites a take-off to the empty breath. In the connectedness with its nothingness, there is not somebody to perceive that what you experience makes you special or anything at all. This does not mean that you disappear but that you are not attributed with a specific meaning.

The empty breath cannot be experienced as something definitive because it resides in the nothingness unprocessed by the brain. Hence you do not  notice it when you want to experience something.

Since this is a state of not-knowing, there is no awareness of the bliss that nothing entails when not disguised as something. But memories of it pop up when you return to the conscious experience of being someone, which you must do latest 20 minutes, 45 at most, after entering a state of not-knowing, if you want to be able to go on as someone substantial in a tangible world. Read more about that here.

When returning from a state of not-knowing to the consciousness of being someone definitive, the slate has been wiped clean, so even though it feels like you just had a unique experience, you are nothing special. Instead, you are the basic self you always were supposed to be. Being that you are happy.

And this happiness does not come from what you experience to be and have but from being in sync with the brain (see hack #4.2 The basic self versus the special one), there is no need to perceive any experiences as something special. Thus they seem so unimportant, that, every now and then, there does not appear to be something to hide the bliss of nothing. In other words, you automatically and very quickly go back and forth between a state of not-knowing and the conscious experience of being someone. See To be nobody and yet somebody.

The connectedness with the empty breath does not come from meditating, chanting or any other technique of self-control, because control enhances the belief in being someone definitive. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Being a basic self is an after-effect of a state of not-knowing that may last from a few seconds to many years (read more about that here). Often though it is hastily overridden by the desire to be and have something special. No worries. The confusing energy that this entails is so powerful that it ignites a take-off to the empty breath, provided you are willing to not try to fence off the frustration by denying or indulging in sex or anything else.

In other words, when you are totally fed up with being controlled by the thoughts and feelings, you have sought out yourself to form a belief system of how to be special, you automatically leave it. Not in the sense that you give up, let be or surrender because that is based on being special. But in the sense that the unedited frustration ignites a take-off to the empty breath and in its nothingness there is not something to define you as special anymore.

Are you confused about how to connect with the empty breath? If so, do not try to clear up the turmoil but go with the flow of it so its unedited energy can ignite a take-off to the empty breath. Check out The speed of uncontrolled thoughts and feelings ignites a take-off to the bliss of nothingness if you want to read more about that. Read What and where are the inner and outer senses in the case this is what you want to dig into.

Be aware, though, that you will never know how to connect with the empty breath. It is not something but nothing, and you cannot know how to connect with nothing. But if you forget what and where you appear to be, you do not need to connect because then there does not appear to be something hiding that you are nothing.

To set the body free is to set you free [draft]

If you concentrate a lot, you might be able to sense something that appears to be a person in this image. And if you extend this experience by imagining what the person is like, your experience seems to be real. But if you do not focus, you will not experience anything definable in this image, that can define you as someone. And so you are well on your way back to that which is one because there is nobody in the image – nor are you somebody looking at it, since it takes more than one to do so, and there is no more than that which is one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Imagine that while sitting in a bathtub, you get glimpses of something that looks like a world in the steam coming up from it. Or imagine you look at a drawing or painting of some persons and start to sense their emotions. What you experience to see and feel is make-believe because there is actually nobody in a painting, nor in the world, you grasp in the steam coming from the bathtub. Yet imagination can make it appear as if something is going on in a lifeless painting or a stream of heat.

Though projections are not real, they appear to be if you hide their apparent effect is self-made.

Depending on the thoughts project onto the persons in a painting, they could be experienced to feel good or bad, and experience this to come back to you from them and not yourself. Hence it feels like the persons in the painting are alive.

By adding more thoughts to your love story – for example, that the persons are coming from the heart – more good vibes seem to come from outside of you, and so you seem to have a loving connection with someone that is not you. But it is a fantasy. There is nobody but you. And that is also a fantasy because, without anybody to define you, there is nothing.

This is to illustrate, that what and where you experience to be is made from fragments of things you imagine to be outside of oneness. It does not explain everything, though. Who is it, that see something, and is it possible to see anything when there is no more than that which is one?

You cannot explain the world in this image, because the elements of it are mixed in a way that is not possible except in fantasy. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

No, it is not possible, and for the same reason, it is not possible to be someone. In other words, nobody is having the experience of a world outside of themselves, neither of something inside of themselves. Yet that which is not possible in reality can seem possible in a fairy tale. However, it is not possible to logically explain how something is possible in the world of a fairy tale because there is no logical way to describe something that is not real. If there were, it would be genuine. That is why so many like to ask, Who am I?

To exist is an illusion because it requires more than one to exist, to be or to have a consciousness and there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless.

Even though nobody has ever found an answer to that, they reckon the question implies, that there is one and that it will prove they exist.

It is just as crazy as to ask, who is the writer of this article and then start looking for the writer in the article. The re is nobody in it, neither in the world where you appear to be. Nor can that which is real be explained, as it takes more than one to do so.

So there we are – or at least we appear to be in a fairy tale of a world where there seems to be more than one. What to do about it? Doing nothing is the way out because doing something is what makes you appear to be there.

This does not mean that you should not deal with the problems that seem to arise from appearing to be there but that since the brain is the writer of it, you accept the brain as your director. Doing that the body is free to take care of itself as it is made to do. But you help it, of course, when the brain instructs you to brush its teeth, for example.

You do not, however, try to set the body in balance. The biological system automatically keeps the body in balance when you do not interfere. Nor do you try to connect the body with spiritual powers. The body only wants to be connected with the thing that makes you experience it to be physical, namely the brain. Everything else confuses it. Also your attempts to make it more perfect or pure through fitness and yoga.

A woman wants to look perfect, and a man wants to be seen with a perfect woman. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The attempts to project your ideas of perfection onto the body come from your misperception of the experiences produced by the brain that otherwise would have helped you to keep the body healthy.

These misperceptions may cause you to think you must get rid of orange peel, obtain six-packs and other things that go against the natural order of the body. You can, therefore, make it easier for the body – and thus you as you believe in residing in it – by not projecting thoughts onto the body but keep them in the mental sphere where they belong. Doing that you keep the physical and psychological reality separated so they each can function on their own terms. As the biological system, therefore, is free from your tyranny, it can do what it is made to, namely to take care of bodily and not mental stuff.

This acknowledgement of the physical and mental reality as separate systems is also very helpful in regard to departing the tale of being someone substantial in a tangible world since that is the end of anything tangible. In other words, by keeping the physical and mental reality separated, your time in the tale of a tangible world feels better, and you can leave it without clinging onto the body.

In a world defined by time and space, everything travels in time. It takes, for example, eight minutes for the light of the sun to reach the Earth. Likewise, when the body has been set free, it takes time to register it.

Nothing seems like a lot, when there is no need to be and have anything, as before there appeared to be something, there was nothing.

Thus the reflex to stop the natural flow so you can be in control may still prevail. But if you acknowledge you are mistaken doing that, you set the biological system free to decide for you, and it always chooses what is best for everybody, because that is what you are since the experience of others is a fiction made in your brain.

If pain in the mind is not denied the words that seems to cause the pain cannot hurt, but words projected onto the body – your own or somebody else´s – seems to be able to hurt and confirm the believe, that you are a person to be defined by time and space.

Feelings or thoughts that you do not like, you hide from your awareness by dumping them in the body. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 2:
It is in the mental and/or emotional sphere that you perceive yourself to be someone definitive in a body defined by time and space. But as that which is you is formless, and therefore without beginning and end, it is painful to be reduced to someone with a beginning and an end in a world by time and space.

Yet it is pain, that makes you appear to be someone in a material world. When you pinch yourself to discover whether you are dreaming or not, it is the experience of pain that makes you feel alive as someone definitive in a world by time and space.

Since feeling alive, therefore, is bracket together with being in pain, you need to suffer. And since your sole existence as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is based on the denial of the formlessness of oneness, denial is also what you resort to in making the pain bearable. You simply turn down the worst part of it, namely the psychological pain, by hiding it in the body, which as a side effect appears to be more real when the suppressed pain sooner or later causes physical discomfort.

Having established yourself and like-minded as good and others as bad, you live in constant fear of attack from those you judged to be evil. Hence you turn the body into a weapon of defence or attack by either keeping your shoulders deadlocked in a backwards or forward position (respectively the attack and the defence attitude). Since the muscles, therefore, become inflexible and eventually start to ache, you have actually used the body to attack yourself.

A way to to keep unwanted feelings hidden inside the body is to hold the mouth closed, so no evil feelings slip out. But you cannot selectively exclude one kind of feeling. The exclusion of one feeling rubs off on the others, so the more a feeling is denied from your awareness by hiding it in the body, the number it becomes and the less alive you feel. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

At that point, you have forgotten that the pain in the body has been caused by yourself, and you blame something in the world for your discomfort. Your body, therefore, becomes a weapon of defence or attack against the world. To effectuate this, you keep the shoulders pushed forward into a position of defence or pushed back into a place of constant readiness to attack.

The tightened body makes you feel safer and thus to be in control. Especially if you also push one or both shoulders upwards to further tighten the area and thus prevent the feelings of the body from passing the blockage, so the brain, cannot process them but you mentally can explain and thus escape the feeling of them.

This rational explanation of your feelings seems less frightening than to actually feel them. Most either suppress the incoming flow of feelings to the brain or the outcoming flow of the processed feelings from the brain. In general, a woman does not prevent the incoming flow of feelings from being processed by the brain, but instead, they prevent the processed feeling from being expressed by making up a mental story where they have the power to choose to what, when and how much they want to express, and thereby being able to manipulate somebody into serving them.

Men, generally, do the same as a woman and for the same purpose, but in the case of men, it is instead the incoming flow of feelings they prevent from being processed by the brain. But whether it is the incoming or outcoming flow of feelings that are held back, the resulting blockage in the shoulders or neck shortens and/or extends the muscles, so the natural balance in the body is destroyed.

There are many ideas of how to restore the balance of the body, but as the cause of the imbalance is not there but in the mental sphere, all they accomplish is that the symptoms in the body are moved or momentarily relieved. To solve the problem, it must be faced where it is made, namely in the mental and/or emotional sphere where there is a sense of not being good enough as you are.

Not feeling loved as you are is a misunderstanding based on the perception that you are something else than the brain has created you to be.

The only thing that will heal the pain in the mental sphere is the undoing of the sick belief that you are someone definitive. This healing, however, most want to avoid, as it results in being nothing. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

And as there also is a nagging feeling of being nothing, you wonder how you can ever be loved? Because you are nothing. Only that which is not real can be loved because it takes more than one to love or be loved, and reality is that which is one. So just like you love to hear music coming out of the speakers, although it is not real, the brain loves you as if you are something, although it has made from out of nothing. Read more about that in hack #4.2 The basic self versus the special one.

Perceiving to be rejected or misunderstood is often a way to justify being depressed or angry and thus to suppress that it is your choice to be so. This is not to say that you should stop that or anything else but that if everything is perceived as it is what it is*, you have nothing to be depressed or angry about.

You will not feel loved, though, if you keep on filtering the feelings you receive and/or release to make it look like you get what you expect, for example disappointment for being let you down. If not filtering what you get and/or give and perceiving that as it is what it is*, to be abandoned feels just as entertaining as to be supported. Since no feeling, therefore, needs to be escaped, you do not feel stressed but relaxed, regardless of what you get and/or give.

This does not mean that common sense should be set apart. You may find its best not to express your deepest feelings to your boss. But just like you keep wearing a big sweater in the wintertime even though you feel like wearing something lighter, there is no need to suppress the light feeling.

Nor should common sense be set aside in regards to the damage that has been caused in the body by the suppressed feelings. Apart from feeling them, you most likely need to stretch the shortened muscles in the body, energising them by doing Nordic Walking, or softening with far-infrared heating pads, for example from UTK. The latter also makes it easier to be with feelings as they are. To make sure there are no serious problems with internal organs, you may have to consult a qualified physician. Read more about taking care of the body here.

It is not likely that the physical symptoms caused by suppressed thoughts and feelings will ever be entirely fixed, but since these thoughts and feelings can be brought to light, their leftover physical effect is perceived like the basic self would do, namely that it is what it is.*

Should you, by the way, have distanced yourself so much from the thoughts and feelings you cut off from the awareness in the past and, therefore, cannot bring them back to the mental and/or emotional sphere where they are made, you can, instead, bring them back in one trunk by feeling the discomfort of the strained parts in the body that the suppression of them have caused.

Doing that without justifying the displeasure in the mental and/or emotional sphere with something, nor yourself, it will eventually be replaced by pleasure. Until then, however, you will probably feel that this is the end of you. No worries. The only thing that ends is the special image of yourself that you have worked so hard to keep together.

Facing the sum of mental and/or emotional discomfort in the above way is, of course, much quicker than facing one thought or feeling after the other. Even faster, though, is the enlightenment of that which is one because it erases all experiences, also that of being someone. See hack #6-7.1 From the inner senses through a black hole into that which is one.

The other duality hacks do the same but over time. Thus you can enjoy the belief in being someone definitive while slowly but surely having it undone. Hack #5.2 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing gives you a taste of how it is to be indifferent to this belief by bringing you into a state of not-knowing and shortly afterwards return you to the consciousness of being someone definitive, but with the memory of that being nothing, so you experience to be in the world but not of it.

This is until that memory takes over completely, so you no more seem to be somebody who can hide there is nothing but the formlessness of oneness. See hack #5.3 ´The empty breath´ and the bliss of not believing to be someone.

NOTE: This article is part of hack #4.3 To be a basic self is to be good enough, which is still in the process of being written.

PMT Inclusion is liberation from separation (in the process of being updated)

Accept darkness instead of fighting it, and it will enhance the light of the moment.

The sum of any contrast is a perfect moment, so instead of denying or fighting darkness go for it, as this will bring out its contrast, light, as well. Not in the way, though, that they will merge into dawn, but that they will cancel out each other so that there is nothing to experience. That is a perfect moment. The photo, by the way, is from such a perfect moment in my garden. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The two cats – Wincent and Guinevere – that Alexius is sharing a home with have a big territorial instinct, so when a new cat curiously showed up in their home, they got very upset – especially Guinevere. She freaked out and furiously ran away. When she later returned, she did not notice that the stranger was still were chilling out on the sofa, so she laid down on the floor without a worry – until she suddenly looked up and saw him. Then hell was loose.

By thinking the world is the cause of your state of mind, it is justified by the world and thus excluded from what it believed to be you. In this way separation is made real, because projecting the cause of your state of mind onto powers, that appears to be outside of you, there seems to be more than one.

Once again, she furiously left us, and even though the visitor had left when she returned, she was still very upset. To prove that her feelings of unjust were justified, she searched for spots of leftover scent from the visitor. Every time she found one, she freaked out so Wincent and Alexius could see how much the stranger had hurt her feelings.

Ultimately speaking it is not possible to be troubled by something, as there is no more than that which is one and it requires more than one to be troubled by something. But if you believe to be someone in a world, where there seems to be more than one, there will always be somebody or something that seems to cause trouble.

In other words, you will not be trouble-free before the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one is undone.

Guinevere freaking out. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Guinevere freaking out. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The anger, Guinevere was holding onto, was supposed to exclude the unfamiliar cat from her world and to make him suffer for what she imagined he had done to her. But as the new cat mostly had spent his time in her world by sleeping on the sofa, he had no idea, that she was angry and he was supposed to suffer from it. Actually, he happily returned the next day to take another nap on the sofa. Nonetheless, there was another one who felt punished by her anger, namely herself. It was eating her up from inside.

This is not a story about anger but the purpose of holding onto it
The above cat story is not meant to be a story about anger, but the purpose of justifying feelings, which is to manifest the belief that there is more than that which is one.

A feeling in itself cannot confirm this belief. But when it is justified by something judged to be outside of you, you become a victim of forces in a world where there seems to be more than one. Thus the justification of a feeling confirms the belief that you are someone in such a world. At least that is what you want to believe, even though the prize of this belief is to be in pain.

As it takes more than one to feel something, and as there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless, any kind of feeling always ends up being experienced as painful. In this way you are reminded, it is not possible to be or have more than that which is one.

In the case of Guinevere, her anger justified by the stranger makes her seem superior to him, though she actually has turned herself into a victim of him. This makes them both appear to be somebody special, and as Guinevere want to be especially good compared to the stranger that she judges to be evil, more anger is justified with him with. And since the result is the same as before, there is more anger that needs to be justified with the evil one – and so it goes on and on.

Feeling angry or happy results in the same, if those feelings are justified by something, namely the enhancement of being separated from a world that appears to be outside of you.

A victim of justification
Even though what we did judge to be a problem is out-of-the-way, we often choose to hold onto it in order to justify any anger popping up. Besides we also want to punish those we blame for it – perhaps our parents – by putting up a sad face so that they will feel guilty about how much they have hurt us.

Feeling angry is an imagination, as reality is that which is one and it takes more than one to feel something.

If it is only when anger is attributed with a cause, that it appears as if somebody or something has upset you. But if it is not attributed with a cause, nothing has upset you. The way to attribute anger with a cause is to justify it, so if you do not do that, the story is over, and anger does not seem dangerous, because it is not triggering a story of pain.

In the context of the story of Guinevere this means, that if she does not exclude anger from herself by justifying it as if it is caused by the visiting cat but include it as hers, she has no need to get upset about a visitor in her home and make up a story that implies he must be punished for disturbing her peace of mind. Neither does she need to make up a story about forgiveness because there is nothing to forgive.

In the context of the story of Guinevere this means, that if she does not exclude her present anger from herself by justifying it as caused by the last visit of a foreign cat but include it as hers, she has no need to find things that reminds her of the stranger in her home and make up a story that implies he must be punished for disturbing her peace of mind. Neither does she need to make up a story about forgiveness because there is nothing to forgive.

If a feeling of rejection is not justified by what somebody else appear to have done or not done, the feeling is not excluded but included and as that means it does not represent separation, there is no rejection.

Guinevere likes to sit on the balcony. It is not because of the view, but the canaries that she sees in the avocado trees and dream of catching. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

There is no darkness without light and vice versa
Even though the everyday view from the balcony of Alexius in the above image is very pleasurable to the eye, he sometimes succeeds in finding things there that seems to justify a discomforting feeling. Just like Guinevere, who was looking for hidden things home to evoke the story she made up of her encounter with the visiting cat so that her justification of the anger he seemed to trigger from her past could be excluded from her.

To include a feeling as it is, you just let it be without justifying it. To let it be requires, that you consider yourself to be someone definitive, as otherwise there would not be someone to let it be. But by letting it be you lose control and without it you cannot align your appearance into someone definitive. Hence you are nobody.

In this way somebody, who appears to make you angry, becomes somebody who helps you becoming nobody – and it takes nobody to have a perfect moment, since it is a state of not-knowing.

Guinevere joined Alexius and Wincent on Christmas Eve when she was 5 months old. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Guinevere, who came to Alexius when she was around five months old, had been left behind twice by other people, so when events in the present trigger her old feelings of insecurity, she freaks out. Alexius grew up in a home, that felt like a war zone to him, so he tends to justify his anger as a necessity to protect him from a devastating power interpreted to come from outside of him.

Such anger from the past does not have to be an ongoing problem though, because when not excluded by blaming somebody else for having caused it, but instead included exactly as it is experienced, it will not only reveal its other side, which is pleasure, but also that the sum of the opposites in a contrast is a perfect moment.

In a perfect moment, anger is not a disturbing feeling, pushed away into the dark. Instead, it is taken into the light, so the hidden memories of the past, that seemed to have caused it, is no more. Not by going back into the past to fix it, neither by denying it, but by including the pain and anger of the past as it is experienced in the present.

Feelings need the belief in a world, where there seems to be more than one, because it takes more than one to feel something – and such a world needs feelings in order to be experienced as if it is real and not just make-believe.

Inclusion frees you from your own story of a world made up of past memories, and as it is those memories you use to keep your belief in separation alive, the concepts used to condition you into assuming that you are an autonomous creature quietly falls apart. This does not mean that you will get rid of your conditioning. If you try that, they will just be replaced by others. But it means you will not consider them to be real – just like even though you play along with the rules of a game, you do not consider the rules of it to be real.

To be angry or to be joyful is the same

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 1:
The reason for abandoning that which is one in favour of a world where there seems to be more than one may differ from person to person. One general reason though is the craving for being and having more than that which is one. And anger that this is not possible, since formlessness is endless and therefore everything, so there is no more than that which is one.

The purpose of believing to be a separated creature in a body is that in the body you can hide what you do judge to be wrong, so an image of you being right can be fabricated.

Yet it is not possible to feel anger in oneness since that requires more than one. So anger is not something you feel but that which is you, and as there is no difference between that and the formlessness of oneness and there is nothing outside it, anger cannot be escaped.

When somebody else or your own body is blamed for the anger, so you seem to be off the hook and on a path of love. See also the article The YOU finger and the three ME fingers.

But what if there was something outside of oneness. If so there would be somewhere to escape – and so you imagine a whole world outside of that which is one where there seems to be more than one and keep imagining ´what if´. In this world you can hide the anger in the body, you seem to have, or project it onto other bodies, which is the main purposes of the appearance of them, as they not only seem to hide your anger but also that there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one.

Only in a world where there seems to be more than one is it possible to experience a contrast like that of joy and anger. This or any other feeling is, however, an illusion, as reality is that which is one and it takes more than one to feel something. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Yet none of the imagined appearances in a world where there seems to be more than one lasts, so sooner or later anger seems to be yours again. And nothing will really help you to get rid of it or any other feeling that you brought into a world where there seems to be more than one. Fortunately, you do not have to get rid of anything, if everything seen is perceived as symbols of that which makes it possible to imagine, there is anything to see at all, namely the formlessness of that which is one.

Hence the apparent difference between anger and joy does not appear to make a difference, and when everything is the same there is peace.

That everything is the same in the sense that every appearance symbolises the formlessness of that which is one, does not mean that you should not acknowledge the apparent between for example you and me, but that you do not interpret it to make a difference.

To perceive differences in that way is not ultimate reality though but a simulation of it. No worries. By seeing every appearance as a symbol of that which is one, you are not identified with being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, and so you are bidding welcome the formlessness of that which is one, and as that is no different from that which is you it is only a matter of time the symbols do not appear to hide that which they are symbolising.

How long this will take is not important, because time is a symbol of that which is one and like all other symbols an illusion. So even though you appear to be waiting to return that which is you, it is not so. That is where you are there. It is not possible to be anywhere else.

When nothing is excluded, there is nothing to define you, and thus nothing to hurt you. And as nothing, you are free to fall into the formlessness of that which is one. The animation is grabbed from the web.

PART 2:
Just like there are no memories of you as someone in a physical world when having dreams while being at sleep in such a world, there are no memories of you as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one when the body you identified as yours is dying.*

Yet all the thoughts and feelings, that you excluded in order for them to define you as what you were not in a world where there seems to be more than one, chaotically and speedily are rushing by. If you for example excluded negativity in order to be defined as not negative but positive in a world where there seems to be more than one, negativity will rush by mixed up with everything else excluded.

But as there is no experience of a world where there seems to be more than one, you cannot escape this in the way you used to, namely by projecting unwanted thoughts and feelings on somebody else. Neither would that be meaningful in regard to making up an identity of you as someone special, because there is not somebody else, who can define you in relation to them.

You are on your own, always was and always will be, because there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. Also when you experienced to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. That was a make-believe world maintained by the brain. In the moments of death, however, it does not have the power to maintain this illusion.

If you do not believe to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, you cannot suffer from pain, because it takes more than one to have a specific experience.

For the same reason there is nobody to share the pain of loneliness, that all those excluded thoughts and feelings rushing by seem to bring about, with – or in any way get help to surpass this apparent hell.

It feels like there is no solution. But there is, because if all thoughts and feelings are included, there is no need for a world where there seems to be more than one, so instead of feeling as if you are about to explode, you are at peace, slowly falling into the formlessness of that which is one, where there is no loneliness, as it takes more than one to be alone.

APPENDIX:
Since it takes more than one to be conscious of something, it is only in a world where there seems to be more than one this is possible, so do if you do not want the belief in such a world to hide that there is no more than that which is one, do not hang onto consciousness, when you at the moment of death seem to lose it.

And as the consciousness of such wold is limiting, it hides the formlessness of oneness, which is everything there is, since formlessness is endless. So when you on the moment of death seem to lose consciousness of such a world or anything else, do not hang onto it, because it takes more than one to be conscious, so without it, there is nothing to hide, there is no more than that which is one.

Not hanging onto the conscious of being someone at all, feels like the end of you, but it is not the end of anything else than the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

Fear is just a four letter word

Feelings confirm you as a living being within a capsule of time and space. It is fearful though to be stuck in a capsule, and if you also fear leaving it, you will look for lasting happiness there, but never find it, as time and space is an illusion built on the idea, there must be more than that which is formless and non-tangible.

Feelings confirm you to be alive in a capsule of time and space. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Sometimes the weather is rainy and at other times sunny. Though thoughts of rain may seem heavier than those of sunshine, all kinds of thoughts are fleeting, so the apparent heaviness of specific thoughts will not remain. That is if you have no need to feel the world.

If you want to experience yourself as a real person in a real world, you need to feel it, so in this context, heavy thoughts are preferable – especially if they are justified by something.

By concluding that the thoughts, you seemed to have while it was raining, was caused by the rain, you project them onto something perceived as a substance, and that rubs off on the thoughts regarding the rain. They seem to become a substance you can feel – and feeling the rain, you know the world has done something to you. Hence the conclusion seems to be that you and the world must be real.

Although the feeling that is produced when the body is touched, is nothing but a construction of thoughts compiled in the brain, you believe this proves the body to be real and hence that you exist as someone definitive.

Whatever thoughts are passing by regarding the rain, if you use them to justify something in relation to the rain, they will turn into feelings, and they will be painful in one way or the other.

Thoughts that are passing by regarding the rain turn into something you interpret as feelings if you, for example, fall on a slippery road or simply just imagine it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

To make the feeling of being someone who is getting wet from rain even more substantial, you may search your memory for a similar event. Let us say, you remember how you stumbled and broke your leg one rainy day in the past. The thoughts of anger that passed by that day, you did not like, so you excluded them from what you experienced to be you by justifying the authorities who had not put up a warning sign about the slippery road. Read more about excluding thoughts and feelings by defending them with the world in hack #3 Not being exclusive but inclusive.

The conversion of thoughts into feelings
Remembering the essence of this past event, namely that you are a victim of sources outside of yourself, will help you to justify your thoughts in the present with something outside of you that seems to be substantial, so that thoughts about it turn into a more tangible form. And as the past feeling of anger was justified by the authorities, whom you blamed for having caused your broken leg, the present emotion is not felt but rather conceptualised by judging it to be something unpleasant caused by somebody else.

Being a victim of bad things outside of yourself, you can define yourself as good and others as bad. Some do it the other way around, but that does not matter. What matters is, that you are defined as someone specific because then you are someone definitive in a real world, that can be felt like a substantial body and feeling it seems to confirm, your existence, although it is nothing but a construction of thoughts. This also applies also to feelings of love and whatnot.

To make long short, in the context of the above story of a broken leg you have stored feelings of sadness in your leg, and you have a short fuse regarding authorities, whom you blame for this. So because of how you have chosen to perceive the past, even a light shower or a mild reprimand may trigger the old feelings stored in your legs. It hurts, but it is also comforting, as feelings confirm you are alive.

Feeling the world may sometimes seem so intense and real, that you look for ways to lessen feelings you do not like with alcohol, meditation, prayer, chanting, food, television, shopping and whatnot.

The purpose, however, is still to feel that you exist, and in this you can never succeed, because it takes more than one to exist and there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless.

Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Your identification depends on feelings. Without them, you do not seem to exist, so even if you consult a healer, you do not want to be healed, because without feelings you cannot experience yourself to be someone definitive. You only want the feelings of discomfort to hurt less or cause fewer problems. See also the article That which is faster than the speed of light.

More about the substance of feelings in hack #8.3 Feelings are thoughts constructed to appear as if they are tangible.

The deconstruction of thoughts
No healing can help you as long as you want to remain a person in the world – and as long as you seem to be in the world, you want to be a person. That is why you appear to be there. Fortunately, there are ways to hack this where you can have your cake and eat it too.

Some suggest forgiveness as a way to deal with the world. Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings have several other hacks to deal with the world and at the same time undo the belief in it, for example pretending to be someone definitive in the world instead of believing to be a person there (hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive) – or to perceive everything as symbols as that which is life (hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life).

Anyway, out of an illusion is an illusion, so whatever way out of it that seems beneficial to you can be used to undo this illusion. Best to follow a way though, of one who knows, it is an illusion, since you are not going anywhere, as that which is you is no different from that which is one, and it takes more than one to go somewhere. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Thoughts are fleeting, so to think you are someone definitive is not painful, but to project this thought onto a body in order to feel as if you exist is very painful, because feelings have an end, and so you know what you appear is gonna end.

These ways make it more comfortable to appear as if you are someone definitive, while the thought system behind the belief that it is possible to be someone at all is being undone. None of those ways, though are the right way, because there is no way. If there were, the world would be real and not an illusion, so while you appear to be in this illusion, it makes no difference what way you choose or if you any.

Although fear is not comfortable, it will always makes you feel as if you are alive. But it is someone who has no life, who needs to feel it. That which is life cannot be felt, because there is nothing else than that, and so there is no way to feel it. No worries. That which is life is content by being everything.

To perceive everything as symbols of that which is life ((hack #2.1-2 To see symbols of life in the world and Everything experienced is a symbol of life) is assumable the fastest way. But then again, time is an illusion.

There is nothing to learn in the world, because just like in a dream you are not there.

It is hack is so easy to implement because forgetting to do it is just another symbol of that which is life, so you do not have to be a good student. A bad student is also a symbol of that which is life. You do not even need a teacher because there is nothing to learn or accomplish.

You do need to follow something that is not perceived to be of your own and in your own speed because only what is not real has something of its own.

The less you care about your appearance in the world. the less there is to fear This pic is grabbed from cyberspace.

APPENDIX:
Love is not something we are born with. It is a state of mind that we have learned to fabricate by bringing flowers or whatever we imagine is perceived as love. But fear is what we are born with because it is frightening to appear as if you are someone definitive in a capsule of time and space.

The idea of love, however, is an enhancement of fear, because, for love to appear, there needs to be more than one, and when there is more than one there is separation, which is scaring. The same applies to be spiritual – or being something at all.

A world where there seems to be more than one is an abstraction of that which is one, and as that which is you is not an abstraction but that which is one, you are not in such a world.

That which is one is not in a world where there seems to be more than one
There is no spiritual journey in a world where there seems to be more than one, even though such a world can only be experienced because of spirituality – just like that even though your electronic media is what makes it possible to read this, it is not in what you read. Actually, it appears to be hidden by this article like that which is one appears to be hidden by your experience of a world where there seems to be more than one.

The experience of such a world is based on the imagination, that it is possible to separate oneness into bits and pieces defined by time and space. What needs to be imagined though is not real, so the imagination of a world encapsulated by time and space is dismissed the moment it is conceived.

In other words: There is no solution to fear because there is no definable world and never was. The moment you accept that, you do not know of fear as something you feel. This applies to love or any other feeling as well. This is not something you choose to accept, because choosing is based on the idea that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Neither is it something you let happen, as that is based on the belief in being someone definitive.

When you just do not give a shit and could not care less about what and where you appear to be there, the world does not seem to have a hold on you anymore. Well as it does not exist, it never had. It is you who hold onto your idea of a world encapsulated by time and space. Just like it is you who identify yourself with the world of a movie. But the world in the movie does not exist, and what does not exist cannot empower you – unless you take part in it, as if it is real.

NOTE: This article is part of hack 2.3 Choosing or not.

You exist nowhere but in dreams, and they are not real

You are a person in a dreamscape.

The photo you believe to see here is not the one Alexius has published. Ultimately he does not exist, nor you or the picture. But within the context where you, Alexius and his photo are experienced to be real, all experiences are fabricated by the brain. Thus you the picture you see is made by the brain. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The world we see on the screen in a cinema is made from frequencies of light projected from somewhere else onto a flat-screen. We do not see the frequencies, nor do we experience the world they simulate on the screen to be flat. Actually, we do not see anything. What we believe to see is fabricated by the brain. Read more about that in Eyes do not see, they translate.

Nowadays, as most movies are digitized and often seen on a computer, it may not be correct to say that the world on the screen consists of nothing but frequencies. It is probably more correct to say, that the world we experience to see on the screen is fabricated from the digital info reaching your eyes. As this consists of nothing but zeros and ones in different combinations, it makes no sense to us before the brain has translated it.

Hence the world on the screen, where we experience people to be separated from each other in a world defined by time and space is a deception. Frequencies of light are all there is on the screen. The world we seem to see and feel there is generated by the brain based on the frequencies that the senses pick up from the screen. At least according to the brain, that uses five per cent of its capacity to make an ongoing story about you as a someone who experiences to be in a world defined by time and space.

All experiences, regardless perceived by you as imaginary, real, mundane or spiritual, are made by the same organ in the brain and stored in the rest of it with the purpose of defining the brains creation of you as someone living a world that is outside of you. In this case, so you experience to watch a world in 3D on a screen in a cinema although there is nothing tangible on the screen. Read more about the setup of the brain in Where to find the bliss.

Even though this rendering of a sunset does not look like a ´real´ sunset, memories of an evening, that you have conditioned yourself to interpret as real, will probably pop up and take over, so the translation of the frequencies hitting your eyes are adjusted to what you believe is real. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

When you experience to see and/or feel the body, it is the same story, as when you experience a dimensional world in a movie at a flat-screen. The body is not substantial. Actually, it is not there at all.

Since a dream is made out of nothing, everything in it that seems to be something is make-believe. This applies also to the experience of you as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one because there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

There is nothing but frequencies of light – or pure info if you prefer the digital version in the above explanation – and they are only experienced as tangible because the brain, like a magician, renders nothing into something, so the self it also has created from nothing can be entertained by experiencing to be in a glamorous show in which it seems to be a substantial being in a material world.*

Believing to be someone in this show is just as foolish as, within the context of it, to think you are someone in a dream. It is not possible. The dream is insubstantial, and you are substantial. Likewise, that which is you is not in a material world, nor in a spiritual for that matter. It is not anywhere because it takes more than one to be somewhere, and there is no more than that which is one. But metaphorically speaking, you could say that it is dreaming about being someone in the magic show of the brain.

Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings functions only within in a world where there seems to be more than one. In other words, they must be forgotten to undo the belief that there is more than that which is one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Ultimately speaking the frequencies, that the brain base its story upon, are also imagined, because nothing definable is real, as it takes more than one to define something and reality is that which is one.

For the same reason, there is no god, consciousness or spiritual beings behind the story about substantial beings in a material world. This is probably the reason science have concluded, the experience of world made by elements of matter is an illusion, because it consists of nothing but empty space.

Since Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are part of the experience created from out of empty space, they are, just like anything else experienced, a fantasy. So do not consider them to a manifestation of truth but visions exposing the tricks of the brain so the belief in them as real can be undone.

Within the context of this dream, it is a waste of time trying to make it better. You are not the director. The brain is in charge. And just like you need to follow the rules in a game like Monopoly to feel entertained, you must be in sync with the brain to feel amused by its tricks, when you appear to be someone in the world it renders from out of nothing. Doing that is easy when you know that to appear in its world is like being in a dream. It is not real. You are not there. It is something you pretend to be. Here you can read more about not being in a game or anywhere.

Playing a game is more fun when following its rules instead of spending time trying to change them into what you consider to be more fair according to socialism or whatnot.

Alexius has fun pretending to salute a friend with a glass of Limoncello. At other times he has fun pretending to be an asshole bitching about his friends. That he has friends or anything else is, of course, also something he pretends. Thus nothing separates him from the empty space, where he pretends to be someone. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

APPENDIX:
The more the belief in being someone definitive is undone, the less there is an ´I´ to perceive the differences in the brains rendering of a tangible world to make a difference, so nothing seems to be important.

There are so many personalities you can pretend to be. Here you can see some of those Alexius has pretended to be. Nowadays he mostly pretends to be a non-teacher but also a non-student. In other words, he has nothing to teach or learn.

If this emptiness seems too much, you can use it as a zero fill and imagine someone in it, that you pretend to be. This is, contrary to believing to be someone, much entertaining. So besides having fun from out of nothing, you also, in a laid-back and joyful way, have the belief in being someone undone because what and where you pretend to be, you are not.

You can also use hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive in combination with other duality hacks to tone down the hopelessness and desperation that may set in when they expose that what you believe to be is fictional and not factual.

Believing to be someone who is separated from others by time and space is not a problem if it is something you pretend to be, because what you pretend to be, you are not. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Hack #4.2 The basic self versus the special one and hack #4.3 To be a basic self is to be good enough are directed explicitly towards enjoying the belief in being someone while having it undone.

You could also connect with the empty breath. It automatically syncs the world of the inner and outer senses (see hack #4,5, ´The empty breath´ and the bliss of not believing to be someone), so that the abstractness of the inner ones becomes the basis for perceiving the world of the outer senses. Hence you become indifferent to the ups and downs in the world of the outer senses.

If under the influence of alcohol, drugs or love, for example, the brain may not be able to fabricate an image of the world, as you expect it to be. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

NOTE: This article is part of hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation.

CANCELLEX The world is in the eye of the beholder

You cannot change your experience of the world, but you can change the perception of it

When the body and the personality are used as instruments for pretending to be someone in a world defined by time and space, that which is you is not believed to be there, because what you pretend to be you are not. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Appearing to be someone living in a capsule of time and space, you do not have the power to change the events that seem to happen inside it. But you have the power to choose how to perceive them, so if you choose a light or heavy perception is up to you. Choosing a light perception, you do not experience the limitations of the capsule to be so heavy. Thus it is easier pretending to have a body and a personality to govern it, instead of believing it is you.

What and where you pretend to be, you are not!

When you do not believe to be someone specific, the personality can easily change and, for example, appear to be humble, if that is the way to obtain a loan in a bank or to be angry if it seems to work better. It is just different ways of pretending to be someone and not that which is you. A personality is a tool that can be used in many ways. Unfortunately, it is mostly used to make you appear as if you are someone definitive.

If this is what you want, you will hold onto the specific thoughts, feelings and behaviours, that you assume makes you more important or loved and hide those that seem to belittle you. This can be compared to playing a video game and only tell your friends of the heroic things you accomplished in it.

But if you do not care about being the greatest or someone at all, the personality is not seen as a tool for establishing a specific image of you that seems real but for pretending to be in a world encapsulated by time and space.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

That which is one has no room for someone definitive, as it requires more than one to be that. It is, therefore, only in a world where there seems to be more than one there appears to be someone. But since oneness is formless and therefore endless, a world where there seems to be more than one is make-believe.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You cannot appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one without relating to it. Doing so you seem to be part of it unless it is something you pretend to do. In that case, you appear to be in the world, but not of it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Your money cannot save you, neither sex, love or romance. And your parents, precious children and the latest flat-screen TV are not able to help you. Nothing can help you. Fortunately, help is not needed – just like you do not need help if you must go to jail in a game like Monopoly. You are not there. It is not possible, neither is it possible to be in a world where there seems to be more than one because that which is you is no different from that which is one.

In other words, you are just pretending to be in such a world – just like you within the context of it pretends to be in the world of Monopoly.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The way that you perceive what seems to come to you from others is not caused by them but you.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Far from all persons respond to you in the way you expect. Nevertheless, the response you perceive to receive from others correlates to what you gave out. So if you do not like, what you perceive to receive, you must either change what you give out or the perception of what you receive. The latter is the easiest, and as giving and receiving is the same, changing the perception of what you receive also change your perception of what you gave.

You can, of course, only give what you have, and as that is what you believe to be, changing the perception of what you receive, changes what you believe to be.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

How you perceive this article does not say anything about it, but about what you believe to be, so if you do not like the way you perceive the article, it is in your own best interest to change your perception.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When you look at the world with love, you are loved, because what you see is what you get.

When you look at the world with love, you are loved, because what you see is what you get. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

What you give out comes back to you – not in another lifetime but in the very same moment. This is not to be understood in a physical way, as if you give money, you get money. It is the intention behind giving money, that returns to you immediately. The sense of giving and receiving is happening in yourself, so if you want to experience being loved, love got to be the content of what you give. In other words, if you give what you want, your perception of what you receive will be, that you get what you want.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

As the world is experienced through contrasts, you cannot have love without hate, for example. Thus you must acknowledge the hatred in you to feel the love you have. Doing that you can give love and thus perceive that others respond to you with love, because what you give you get.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Whether you are aware of it or not, you always give what you want, so if you perceive to receive hatred, that is what you want. Maybe because you want to see the hatred, you have hidden in yourself, so that you can have and give love, because without the acknowledgement of hate you cannot see you have love.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

If you do not like how you perceive your experience, you do not love yourself, because your perception is based on what you think you are. Consequently, it is in your own best interest to choose a perception, that makes you feel good.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

That the world is in the eye of the beholder does not mean that you are in charge of what happens in the world but of how you perceive it. In other words, if one of your legs is missing no visualisation will materialise it. But depending on your perception, you can be just as happy with one as with two legs.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

It is your choice, how you want to perceive a message – and the choice reveals how you have chosen to see yourself.

It is your choice how you want to perceive this image. The choice reveals more about you than the picture. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Though many agree that the world is in the eye of the beholder, they still blame others for their state of mind, instead of acknowledging that what they see is what they have because you cannot see what you do not have.

You probably perceive that those judged to be unsympathetic upset you. But that is only because of the way you have chosen to perceive them.

Consequently, everybody is perceived with love if you have love. And no matter how they appear to respond, you feel loved by everybody.

Giving and receiving love does not mean that you must love everything others do or say. In the case of Alexius, for example, he does not like that his cats bring home half-dead lizards and mice. Their behaviour, though, does not change his love for them.

You already know how it feels to only love selected parts of the world. If you compare that to loving it all, you know what is in your own best interest.

To make long short: You choose how to perceive the world. So if you look at it with love, you cannot miss love, because what you have is what you give, and what you give, you receive.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When not feeling groovy, you need to change the perception of whatever seems to drag you down. It is never too late to do that.

If you are watching a movie, and there is something in the movie that you do not like, there is nothing you can do to change it. The film is already made from the beginning to the end. Nevertheless, you can change the way you perceive it – also the parts of it, that seems to be happening in the past.

The same applies to how you perceive the world where you appear to be. Any moment, including past ones, can make you happy if you choose the appropriate perception. In other words, if you are not happy, you have chosen to perceive the world in a way that makes you sad.

The sun can only ´make´ the flowers blossom, because they are built to do so. They have no choice. But you have a choice, and it is in your own best interest to choose, what makes you feel good.

The sun can only ´make´ the flowers blossom because they are built to do so. They have no choice. The same applies to you, except that you have a choice in regards to how you want to perceive the flowers or anything else in the world. And it is in your own best interest to choose a perception of the world, that makes you feel good. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Bad feelings are often justified by somebody else and, therefore, appears to be caused by something outside of the sufferer. This justification, however, falls apart if the world is in the eye of the beholder. Just like the whole maths system collapses if one plus one is not two. You cannot recognise something, you do not have. Hence you are already upset if you perceive somebody to disturb you. Just like you have the pigments the sun reveals as brown skin.

You get upset by something because of the way you choose to perceive it.

If there is love in you, the brown skin is perceived to be beautiful. But if you feel uncertain about yourself, you probably perceive faults and missing parts in the colour embodied by the sun, as if something is wrong and needs to be fixed. This perception, however, reveals nothing about the sun but everything about the way you feel about yourself. The less you want to face that, the more you blame the sun for making you distressed, regardless you already had that feeling and it has nothing to with the sun but the suppression of your self-hatred.

When you want the world to respond in a way that you define as lovingly, your self-hatred is exposed when you do not get the right response. But instead of acknowledging that the world is in the eye of the beholder, you blame it for rejecting you.

You see what you give and you who choose what to give.

Acknowledging the world is in the eye of the beholder, it is obvious you cannot give what you do not have. And since what you receive is perceived in regards to that, you cannot receive love if you do not have it. So if the hatred is what you perceive to receive, that is what you have given, and therefore also what you have and are.

Love cannot be forced, so you cannot choose to love yourself. But you can choose to acknowledge, that you hate yourself and actively suppress feeling it. Doing so you will there is love in you because hate and love are two sides of the same coin. The only reason love has been hidden is that when you suppress hate, you cover up love as well.

Therefore, be thankful when others seem to upset you. They help to expose your hatred, and if recognised as yours, you will also see you have its contrast, love. Thus the whole world is perceived to love you!

NOTES:

Meditation is a con trick conducted by the rogue consciousness of the self

Whether your eyes are open or not, whatever you experience is a symbol of that which is life. If that is not what you see, meditation will not change that. On the contrary, it will confirm the belief that there are good and bad things to experience.

There is only a need to relax through meditation and whatnot because you always are on the way to a better moment than this one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
Traditional eastern meditation seems to be about emptying the mind for thoughts, whereas the western meditation founded on Christianity wants to fill it with ideas of god. The mind, however, is not a fact but make-believe. So both the experience of having no or little thoughts or only thoughts of god is a self-deception.

To think that you can stop or add specific thoughts is an assumption based on the belief that you are someone definitive. If you did not believe that thoughts would not appear to come from somebody but nobody. Hence there would be no reason to meditate.

Who but those perceiving themselves to be dirty, needs to meditate to be purified.

That meditation will purify, change or transform you is a con trick conducted by the rogue consciousness of the self (read more about the rogue consciousness of the self here). It promises you, that thoughts, at least the disturbing ones, will disappear when you meditate so that there is nothing to prevent you from being at peace. Still, most have the opposite experience, namely that they experience more thoughts when they start to meditate. Should they dare to complain about it to their teacher, they are told it is part of the healing process.

But there is nothing to heal than the sick belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

You have all that it takes. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Meditation does not give you lasting peace or transform you into a higher state of being, and the teacher does not have something, you do not have yourself. You do not need help from anybody. All what is needed is that which makes it possible to experience a the world where there seems to be more than one, namely that which is one, and since it is formless and therefore endless, you have nothing but that.

What to conclude? Not much really, maybe to say that thoughts have no power unless you seek out particular ones that seem to prove you are someone definitive because doing so you become a victim of them. Meditation does not change that. On the contrary. Mediation enhances the belief that you are someone definitive because the reason you meditate is to fix the problems coming from that belief. So if anything should be stopped, it is the belief that you are someone definitive.

Since that which is you is the formlessness of that which is one, being centred, balanced or anything else that requires a shape is an illusion.

To make long short, what you believe to be is nothing because it requires more than one to be something and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. As oneness, therefore, is all-inclusive and meditation is exclusive, to meditate is a denial of that which is one.

Meditating to make thoughts and feelings go away confirms the belief that they are something, whereas experiencing them as they are, reveals they are nothing because the experience does not last.

The belief in an illusion is undone when you take a closer look at it. Hence you are not gonna have the belief in being some definitive undone with eyes closed but wide open. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Not denying that which is one does not require you to get rid of thoughts and feelings via meditation. On the contrary. Instead of rejecting something you judge to be disturbing, hatred for example, you include it by completely being it. Since hate is defined by its contrast, love, you cannot be hateful without acknowledging love. Thus it is also included.

And since a contrast cancels out itself when both sides meet (read more about that here), the feeling perceived to be disturbing is gone. As it, therefore, cannot define you, you become less defined, the more you include. Inevitable you enter in a state of not-knowing. Read more about the bliss of that in hack #5.3 ´The empty breath´ and the bliss of not believing to be someone.

Whether you feel glad, sad or something else, it does not last long when you do not try to avoid it by anylising it, for example, but totally feel it. Hence no feeling seems dangerous but can be enjoed the moment it last.

You may have suppressed some thoughts and feelings so much that it seems impossible to include them by experiencing them as they are. In that case. Do not distract yourself from the discomfort, the suppression has caused somewhere in the body by looking for explanations but simply experience it as it is. This may seem unbearable but if you do not try to stop or change it, the experience fades away because it cannot be defined when totally included. This also includes the way you defined the thoughts and feelings in regards to who or what you once suppressed. Consequently, you are set free from your own imprisonment.

Read about not being exclusive but inclusive in hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is pure bliss. In hack #4.3 To be a basic self is to be good enough you can read about not defining what you feel, so you are free to feel good.

Thoughts only seem disturbing when you believe they are yours. This you do because they apparently can be used to prove, that you are what you believe to be. But if there is no need to be something, in particular, you do not need thoughts to prove anything. As they, therefore, are of no interest to you, there is no need to meditate to get rid of them. APPENDIX:
Those into meditation would be better off switching to SSRIs or beta-blockers and use the time saved to explore the world where they appear to be. That would honour their choice in believing to be there. Hence they are able to correct it.

If you meditate to find peace inside yourself, you believe there is a difference between inside and outside. Hence you confirm that which seems to hide peace, namely separation.

The correction does not come from having insights, being at peace, deeper or something else that is founded on the belief in being someone definitive, but from being nothing. That is the correction.

This does not mean you cannot have a house, for example, but that it is not perceived to be yours, therefore, do not attest to you as somebody. It is just something you pretend to be. Read more about that hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation.
