As that which is one is formless and therefore endless, there is no more than the formlessness of oneness

PART 1:
As that which is one is formless and therefore endless, there is no more than the formlessness of oneness. Thus the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one is based on imagining, it is possible to depart from the formlessness of oneness by being and having more one.

In other words, the imagination of separation from that which is one is accomplished by imagining that more than one is leaving it to be together in a world where there seems to be more than one is done by more than one. The imagination of such a world is therefore undone when more than one return to that which is one. See also hack #8.8 ´Alone together´ is the key to that which is one.

But as everyone believes, that they have and more than that which is one, anyone can return together with what they believe to be and have. As there is no more than one, no more than one returning together with what is believed to be more than one is required for everyone to have the belief that there is more than one undone.

Wo or what you are together with on the way back to that which is one is your hero, because sticking together as if you are more than one you are liberated from the belief that there is more than one. Hence you hold it in ave as long as you long you appear to be two different appearances on your way back to that which is one. When you arrive though, it turns out you have been on a trip without distance, because you never left that which is one and, therefore, never been together with anyone.

In the context of a world where there seems to be more than one, it can be compared to having a dream. You never leave your bed to take part in it. That is not possible, because you are substantial and the dream is insubstantial.

As the only way to believe, that which is you is separated from the formlessness of oneness is to imagine, it is possible to be and have more than one, this is how you seem to have left that which is one and thus also how you seem to return. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 2:
You can be sure, that when you do not look for answers from the physical appearances in the world, a not so physical world will rise to the surface of your consciousness. Not with solutions though. That is not needed anymore. Everything is good, and since nothing but being together matters, there is no wish to be or have more.

Without that wish though a world where there seems to be more than one cannot be seen, neither can that which is one, as it takes more than one to see something. Seeing nothing, however, you are nothing, wherefore there is not something appearing to be hiding, there is no more that which is one. This is not a mystical experience. It is not an experience at all, as it takes more than one to experience something. In other words, what you believed to be in a world where there seems to be more than one is no more.

And as it never was, this takes no time. Yet it may seem to be a process over time while appearing to be someone in a world with a past and a future. No worries. Time is an illusion. There is no more than one perpetual present.

++ The ins and outs of the inner senses

There is no structure in the empty breath like there is in the world of the outer senses, where everything is organised into contrast, so it seems that the world is divided in right and wrong. As it requires much effort to continuously uphold the judgments of good and bad, it is much more fun to let the empty breath take over and guide you back and forth in the worlds of the outer and inner senses, so that the relaxation you get from not being able to divide the abstract world of the inner senses into contrasts of good and bad becomes the foundation for perceiving the apparent differences in the world of the outer senses to not make a difference. It may seem frightening to not give your full attention to the structured world of the outer senses, and instead be in automatic gear via the unstructured flow of the empty breath. This fear though is unfounded because, without the constant control, that is needed to keep the world of the outer senses organised in the way you expect it should be, you have a laid-back life there when guided by the empty breath.

To keep up the appearance of being someone specific you must always be vigilant towards what others think. Yet you do not know, what they think. It is something you think, they think. In other words, it is nobody else than yourself, that you are up against.

It will guide you back and forth between the outer and inner senses, so that the relaxation you get from the world of the inner senses, which contrary to the outer senses is not based on control, will be the basis of how the world of the outer senses is experienced.

The empty breath can be felt within the non-definitive borders of a ball like thing with the lower part of it passing through the abdomen or the stomach and the upper the head or above it. The swing of the empty breath, that may be the most common aspect of it, is shaped like a curved yin yang line – but less curved and not with a definitive form – within this borderless ball. It is felt inside the body swinging from the back to the front of it or up and down, but it can also be felt swinging from side to side and everywhere in between these directions.

Sensing all directions simultaneously is like feeling no swing at all – as if the world stands still. Mostly though it is the swing from the back to the front of the body that is felt, maybe combined with the up/downswing. The swing may be felt in the abdomen, stomach or chest or all those places at once.

The empty breath can be felt in many ways, among others like id you are riding on two big yin-yangs like waves but without the holes in alignment with the rhythm of the breath. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The swing of the empty breath is powered by an extremely fast and chaotic energy, that is sensed both inside and outside the body within the non-definitive borders of the ball that make up the empty breath, as if it is going here, there and everywhere without going anywhere. It feels like you are a transparent fountain of joy. And going around the non-definitive border of the ball feels like surfing two waves formed like the two parts of a yin-yang sign (with no dots in it). In general, you just feel one of the aspects of the empty breath at a time. But may you also feel aspects not described in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings.

But now onto the subject of this article, namely the inner senses.

Fearing the empty breath is not unfounded, if you want to remain as someone special in a world defined by time and space, because the empty breath guides you into the world of the inner senses, where you are nobody.

So if you fear the empty breath, you know it is because you believe to be someone definitive, and as this belief is undone by the empty breath, there is nothing to fear if you connect with it.

The empty breath is not a step to something better because it is a state of not knowing and so is the other duality hack in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. For this reason, there is no way to know, if they differ from each other or in any way overlap each other. And so what. There is nobody to care about that in a state of not-knowing. The world of the inner senses
In the case of Alexius, the main period for mostly experiencing the world of the inner senses and having glimpses of enlightenment is just before going to sleep, at which time he gives the world of the outer senses minimum attention so he can travel in the world of the inner ones.

This often starts as a perfect moment induced by his connectedness with the empty breath. And as this is a state of not-knowing and so is having glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, he does not know if these state-of knowing differs from each other, or if they are intertwined. And neither does he know long time a state of not-knowing lasts.

Yet he knows it comes and goes and that a state of not-knowing probably lasts less than 20 minutes, since a brain will go into coma, if it is not kept active with thoughts about how to develop what you appear to be so you seem to become and have more (see the article Willingness to not exclude but include undoes the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one).

If a state of not-knowing differs from being induced by a take-off to the empty breath, glimpses of enlightenment, inclusiveness, pretending to be someone definitive, seeing symbols of life in the world or being alone together, which are the main duality hacks (see the table of contents) is not to say, since it is a state of not-knowing.

When he wakes up in the morning he also knows that the cure for believing to be someone definitive is to be in a state of not-knowing. Whether it is triggered by the empty breath or another duality hack does not matter. What matters is that the pure bliss of a state of not-knowing (see the article Inclusiveness is a state of not-knowing – and that is pure bliss) is achieved totally effortlessly without the help of thoughts and feelings, so when the state is over and you again seems to have thoughts and feelings, you know you do not need them.

The wording in this image seems to suggest what new age people like to believe, namely that even though almost all thoughts are illusionary, at least some of them are real, so if you look hard enough you will find the truth. But as there is nobody to look for anything other than the ´self´, any kind of searching or self-restraint seems to prove you are a self, and thus an illusion since there is no self. In other words, all thoughts are illusionary and the way to expose them is to not participate in the race for more – regardless it appears to be so-called spiritual or materialistic – because believing to be a ´self´ is all about being and having more than the formlessness of oneness. But when he forgets that there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one, thoughts and feelings seem important because if interpreted to be caused by a world where there seems to be more than one, they can be used to prove he is someone in it.* However, in the below description of a blissful night, where most of his awareness is on the abstract world of the inner senses, he is reminded there is no more than the formlessness of oneness.

When it is the empty breath that takes care of the switch between the inner and outer senses, you do not where the border between them is – or if there is one.

A night with blissful on and off moments of not-knowing
Laying in the bed with a sleeping mask** on and earphones with triple flange sleeves* plugged into his ears, the transparent sound of the empty breath*** seems to transport him into worlds of light, where lucid flowers or whole universes unfold in an extreme speed or in slow-mo until thoughts or feelings are trying to surface and sleep sets in. Going into a deep sleep, the visions of light continue, and when he wakes up early in the morning they turn into ethereal harmonies.

It does not seem exciting to me anymore to travel in worlds of light. I am rather naturally attracted to leaving everything behind and as nothing sucked though a black hole into that which is one. It seems like ages ago when Alexius enjoyed travelling in worlds of light. Nowadays he prefers to leave everything behind and as nothing float through a black hole**** into the formlessness of that which is one. Actually, this is a typical description from many years ago, where the glimpses of enlightenment were exciting journeys in the enchanted worlds of light. Nowadays he does not care much for such visions, that mostly are exciting because they to some extent are recognisable, so instead, it is visions of abstract nothingness. That is until they swirl together around a so-called black hole****, which is neither exciting or relaxing. It just is.

The vibration, that Aum or Sohang symbolises*****, is another aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one, that can be experienced through the inner senses. In the case of Alexius, it pops up every now and then during the day as a natural extension of the empty. The taste of the enlightenment of that which is one also pops up – for example when he is writing about it.

Enlightenment of that which is one is impersonal, but the vague memories of it is filtered by the personality, and as it is not able to embrace one perpetual present, it is described as a personal experience in time and space. Glimpses of enlightenment is solely a personal experience.

Eyes cannot see – they translate, or it is rather the brain that translate all the otherwise meaningless info it receives through the eyes according to how it is conditioned to see the world. If it receives info that does not fit into its image of the world, it twist it until it does. In other words, you have no idea about what is written in this article or what is in the world. You do not know what is written in this article, because what you think you read is coloured by your interpretation
Be aware that the above is how Alexius experiences the world of the inner senses when the world of the outer senses gets less attention or absolutely none. But just like you and he probably experience things in the world of the outer senses differently, the same may apply to the glimpses of enlightenment from the world of the inner senses – and regarding the enlightenment of that which is one the vague memories of not being someone at all are most likely selective.

In other words, the descriptions you get in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings of the enlightenment of that which is one and the glimpses of it are not meant to be absolute. Besides, you have actually not read the descriptions, but your interpretations of them.*****

The night can be full of restless dreams, that seem very real, until you quietly wake up to the sound of ethereal music, that cancels out the confusion of the night, so that you full of clarity get out bed.

Neither is his experience the same every night. Some nights thoughts or emotions seem to take over and take him into the world of the outer senses. No worries, if that happens to you too. It is a great way to see, that thoughts and emotions have no power, and that power is not necessary when there is no need to be someone at all.

The key to opening up to the world of the inner senses is purpose, namely the purpose of not using the outer senses to experience a tangible world outside of you.

If the the purpose of putting on a sleeping mask is to cancel out the ligt from the world of the outer senses, you will be in the light of the inner senses. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Anything perceived as definable blocks out the full tour of the inner senses
You cannot do something to be in the world of the inner senses, because the intention of doing something in order to be or have something only works in the world of the outer senses, as that is experienced to be tangible. But for the very same reason, you can do something to not experience the world of the outer senses – for example putting on a sleeping mask.

Best to forget all the descriptions from Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings about the glimpses of enlightenment, as you may interpret them to be something specific, and that cannot be replicated in the world of the inner senses.

If you remember the last time you travelled in incredible worlds of lucid light and you want more excitement like that, you will not get it, as defining glimpses of enlightenment in this way turn them into an experience of the outer senses, because only there does it seem possible to experience something specifically more than once. In other words, if trying to interpret the glimpses of the enlightenment in the way you do in the world of the outer senses, there is no more glimpses to experience.

When you completely turn off the outer senses – or rather are willing to do so – you bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one. No image can be shown of that because it cannot be experienced since the experience of something requires more than one. Glimpses of enlightenment, however, can be experienced. One of the last glimpses you may have before there is no more consciousness, as it requires more than one to be conscious of something, could be something like this image looking like a horse head, which is what a so-called black hole**** sometimes look like just before there is nothing but light. There is not someone to know if the light is exploding out of the hole or into it, neither does anybody know that there is nothing else than light with no colour or substance until there is no more than the formlessness of oneness. To turn off the outer senses partially or fully
The easiest way to switch between the outer and inner senses is, of course, to let the empty breath take care of it – see The nature of ´the empty breath´ – but until you are willing to choose not to choose yourself but to be guided by the empty breath the below suggestion may be of help.

You turn off the outer senses by not selecting specific thoughts and feelings to be excluded, but instead include them, so that there are no contrasts left – for example, good and bad – and consequently, nothing to define you as someone definitive. If the inclusion is not complete but partial you have glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, and if it is complete there is not someone to hide the enlightenment of that which is one.

Do not pay too much attention to the world of the outer senses, when in the world of the inner senses, but let it be there somewhere in the background. When moving in the world of the outer senses, it is often best hardly to pay attention to the inner world except as a blissful memory, that helps you to focus on what you seem to be doing in the world of the outer senses without being deceived by it.

There are no rules though, so there may be times where the two worlds seem to mix in a beneficial way, but why not fully enjoy the taste of wine on the premises of the world of the outer senses, and totally space out when you fly through amazing worlds of abstract light in the world of the inner senses.

In other words, when you are solely in the world of the inner senses, the belief in being someone in a specific body defined by time and space is undone by the enlightenment of that which is one, and so you do not appear to be in a world defined by time and space anymore. Neither do you appear to be somewhere else, because the belief in being someone is undone. Thus it is not an out-of-body experience. It is not an experience at all.

In the enlightenment of that which is one, there is no consciousness of a body or that you ever seemed to be or have one, because it takes more than one to be conscious about something. In other words, there is no more than that which always was and always will be, namely the formlessness of that which is one, since formlessness is endless and therefore everything.

++ Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment

There is no life in the world. It is to be compared to a dream, which, no matter how beautiful it may appear, is an illusion.

Although the formlessness of that which is one it is the power making it possible to simulate a world where there seems to be more than one, it is not possible for it to be in the simulation – just like it is not possible for the street simulated in this image to be in the picture, or for a dreamer to be in the dream empowered by it.

When the formlessness of life is perceived as the sole cause of any experience – whether so-called spiritual or mundane – you never play somebody else´s game. Even if it may seem so, they are not the reason for what you appear to do and say. Neither is the person you seem to be.

There is only one reason for your apparent thoughts, feelings, conversations and actions, namely the formlessness of life. In other words, it is not someone definitive who thinks, feels, says or does something.

As life is formless and thus without beginning and end, everything definable is lifeless. Yet everything without life symbolises it, because there is no more than the formlessness of life.

This does not mean that it is the formlessness of life that thinks, feels, says or does something. But that it is the energy which makes it possible to experience as if someone is doing this, although there is no more than the formlessness of life since formlessness has no beginning or end.

Neither does it mean, that you have found the formlessness of life in a world defined by time and space, but that everything there is perceived to be a symbol of it. As both the experiencer and the experienced therefore are symbols of that which makes it possible to perceive a world where the formlessness of life seems to be divided into more than one, the apparent differences in such a world do not make a difference.

The echo of that which is one, which often is symbolised by the words Aum, Sohang or The Word of God and which comes from the edge of the universe can be heard or felt right now via the inner senses, because they are not limited by time and space.

The echo of that which is one, which often is symbolised by the words Aum, Sohang or The Word of God and which comes from the edge of the universe can be heard or felt and heard via the inner senses because they are not limited by time and space.

Hearing or feeling the echo of life
Appearing in a world defined by time and space as a symbol of the formlessness of life, you do not pump up the volume of music to hear or feel it, but to be reminded that it is the formlessness of life that makes it possible to have the experience of hearing and feeling something.

The echo of oneness does not reveal what that which is one is, but what it is not, namely the nothingness in which you believe to be someone definitive in a tangible world.

This is not to say, that the formlessness of life can be heard and/or felt in a world defined by time and space. It is not possible to hear or feel formlessness. But it is possible to hear the echo of it coming from the edge of the universe. This unpronounceable vibration, which often is symbolised by Aum, Sohang or The Word of God, is heard or felt when you are more attentive to the world of the inner senses than that of the outer ones.

The Hebrew word Elohim was originally a symbol for one perpetual present.

The word god, which is a translation of the Hebrew word Elohim, was at first meant to be a metaphor for that which is one and never ends. Hence the word god was originally meant to symbolise one perpetual present. As this is not understandable, when you believe to be someone in a world of linear time, the meaning of the word gradually was changed, so that god became a symbol for one almighty force believed to have created the world defined by time and space in its own image.

But what is not definable cannot create something definable. Hence a world defined by time and space is an illusion and so is the perceived creator of such a world.

As none of the aspects of the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be experienced, the experience of hearing or feeling the unpronounceable vibration coming from the edge of the universe is not the enlightenment of that which is one but a glimpse of it. Neither is seeing or tasting the enlightenment of that which is one, since it is an experience and therefore just as illusionary as any other experience (see All experiences are equally unreal).

But as these illusionary glimpses of enlightenment is not of the world experienced by the outer senses but by the inner senses, experiencing them from there while still being aware of the world of the outer senses, they have the capacity to undo the deception of the outer senses – not abruptly like the enlightenment of that which is one, but little by little. In the world of the outer senses you must always plan for the future in order to uphold the illusion of linear time.

The more the outer senses, that perceive a world defined by time and space, is turned inwards, the more a world not limited by time and space is experienced by the inner senses. This is why it takes no time to go to the edge of the universe (you can read more about the illusion of time by clicking here) – where the echo of the primordial vibration, that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises, is used to create a fantasy of a world constructed by time and space in such a way that it seems to be real until you hear or feel this echo.

»With every exhalation the soul recites ‘Hang’ and with every inhalation it recites ‘So’. Thus every soul counts the mantra of Sohang (So plus Hang) twenty-one thousand and six-hundred times every day and night.« Gherand Samhita, stanza 84.

In Eastern religions the echo of god or rather one perpetual present is symbolised by the word ´Aum´ or ´Sohang´ and in the New Testament by ´The Word of God´: »In the origin The Word had been existing and That Word had been existing with God and That Word was himself God.« John 1:1, Aramaic Bible in Plain English.

One who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one perceives ´The Word´ in the above quote as a metaphor for the unpronounceable vibration you hear or feel when not being totally focused on experiencing the world of the outer senses. The unenlightened, however, speculates about what exact words this is hinting at, even though there is not a single verse in the Bible referring to ´The Word of God´, as if it is written or can be spoken.

The vibration that AUM or Sohang symbolizes comes from the edge of the universe, which is only far away if you let yourself be deceived by a world defined by linear time as experienced through the outer senses.

Glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one is an echo of the formlessness of oneness coming out of a black hole at the edge of the universe. This includes the vibration that is often symbolised by the words Aum, Sohang or The Word of God and which is as close to you, as anything else you experience to be close in the world of the outer senses, if you are not deceived by them into believing that you are constricted by the definitions of time and space. The world of the inner senses is not ruled by these definitions, so there you can go directly to the edge of the universe and hear or feel the formlessness of that which is one coming out of a black hole. It is also there that you see or taste it.

One way to turn the outer senses inwards in order to hear or feel the echo of oneness is to not be exclusive but inclusive. When you include all that you hear or feel completely unedited – or rather are willing to do so – the sum of everything in the world of the outer senses is heard as a humming coming from the edge of the universe. It sounds or feels like nothing and everything at the same time.

In such a perfect moment you appear to be both in the world of the outer and inner senses at the same time but without any sense of separation between them. A perfect moment though is not a moment where you are filled up with new energy or anything else since you are indifferent to the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one. Being that, however, is very blissful.

You can also use the word Aum or Sohang as a launching pad for hearing or feeling the humming coming from the edge of the universe. Read the article Life has no secrets to learn how to do this without having to spend years of meditating, chanting and whatnot.

Be aware that the ways described in this article to have glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one will not work, if you look forward to be or have more in a spiritual, mental, emotional or materialistic way. This does not mean, you must avoid being or having more but not care about how much.

The third eye
Appearing in the world as a symbol of life you do not close your eyes to go to sleep, but to see glimpses of the formlessness of life, which is done via the inner sense called the third eye, that is a single ´eye´ in the middle of the two eyes above the two eyebrows.

»The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.« Matt 6:22, King James Bible. This makes much sense to one who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one but obviously not to the unenlightened, because in the new international version of the New Testament this sentence has been changed to: »The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are healthy, your whole body will be full of light.«

How this makes sense to the unenlightened, Alexius does not know. Yet he knows it makes no sense to one who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

When you for whatever reason – maybe due to being very desperate, drunk or tired – have no energy to focus, the enlightenment of that which is one is bid welcome. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The enlightenment of that which is one is bid welcome by completely closing down the outer senses. First time this happened for Alexius was when he in his early 20s returned home totally exhausted after a long nights work of taxi driving and simply was too tired to focus.

In other words, to be offbeat, exhausted, confused or maybe even drunk is a way to close the outer senses, so that there is no world to see and therefore nothing to hide the enlightenment of that which is one. In fact anything that is not part of a scheme to fabricate images defined by time and space will do.

If that includes drugs Alexius does not know, because he has not experienced them. Yet he can say that from looking at others taking drugs, that it seems to be more about expanding the consciousness of a world where there seems to be more than one than undoing it.

»Direct your eyes toward the middle of the eyebrows and meditate upon your own self. It is Shambhavi Mudra, the most secret practice of all the Tantra scriptures.« Gherand Samhita, stanza 59.

The positioning of the body, while activating the third eye, does not matter, as long as the body does not bother you.

Practically speaking you can close the visual outer sense and open the inner eye by closing the eyes and lightly, without any concentration, hold a finger on the third eye. It is best to do this in a dark room, so you do not think the revelation of light comes from the world of the outer senses.

If something like this is dechiffered into different colors and forms, you will have glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, but if you do not judge any colors or forms to be different from each other the apparent differences will explode into one bright light.

If having an inner vision like this and it is deciphered into an experience of different colours and shapes around a centre, it is a glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one. If you on the other hand do not judge the apparent different colours and forms to make a difference or to come from somewhere specific, one bright and colourless light, that seems to explode from out of nowhere wipes out all thoughts collected to form you into someone definitive, so that there is nothing to hide that there never was and never will be anything else than the formlessness of oneness, because formlessness has no end.

As the sense of sight is always looks for the greatest contrast of light, your closed eyes automatically search around in the darkness until they move inwards and upwards towards the third eye from where they settle down at a light show expose at such a speed that the apparent contrast between the splashes of colours hardly can be perceived.

If no contrasts are perceived at all the colours turn into a white light, that is so bright that it is not contrasted by something or illuminating anything. That is the enlightenment of that which is one.

»Touching eyeballs as a feather, lightness between them opens into the heart and there permeates the cosmos.« Sochanda Tantra, stanza 13.

If your eyes do not automatically move inwards and upwards into the area of the inner senses, that is above the eyebrows, you may help them by gently pressing the thumb and middle finger across each eyeball from outer corner to inner, while having the forefinger on the third eye.

But this is not really commendable, since even the slightest effort requires focus, and it is not focus but defocus that bids welcome the enlightenment of that which is one or glimpses of it. Furthermore this may give you the impression that certain physical postures will open the third eye.

None of the inner senses can be reached via a specific posture or way of thinking. Deactivating the outer senses, however, can be achieved in this way, so if you find a specific technique that seems to be helpful in this regard by all means go for it. Yet the fastest way to deactivate the outer senses is to not know what and where you are.

»… and there shall be no light there, and they need no candle there, neither the light of the sun, for the Lord God giveth them light.« Rev. 22:5

The thought construction that seems to keep you together as someone tangible is left at the edge of a black hole.

The thought construction that seems to keep you together as someone tangible must be left at the edge of a black hole, so that there is nothing to gracefully fall into the formlessness of oneness.

When you momentarily do not know what and where you are, there is nobody to prevent glimpses of enlightenment to merge into one bright white light, namely the enlightenment of that which is one, which extracts all thoughts, that you have hold onto in order to appear as someone definitive, and leave them at the edge of what may look like a black hole, so that there is nobody to experience the nothingness of you gracefully falling into the formlessness of that which is one.

Enlightenment is not an out-of-the-body experience as it is not an experience, but its preliminary stage of bliss and compassion, which is connected to the world via the pineal gland, is an experience that is often perceived to be out-of-the-body.

Enlightenment of that which is one is not an out-of-body experience. It is not an experience at al. But its preliminary stages of bliss and compassion, which in the world may to be connected with the pineal gland, is something that can be experienced as an out-of-body experience.

Most, however, are afraid of loosing their identity, so they settle for glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, which is like a blissful out-of-body experience – presumably linked to the pineal gland, that appears to foster states like that.

If you are not tempted to stop at this state of bliss, but to go where someone definitive cannot go, namely into the enlightenment of that which i one, it is not an out-of-body experience. On the contrary, there is no experience at all, neither consciousness, because to experience or be consciousness about something requires more than one.

If you want to return from the enlightenment of that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one, you must pick up the thought construction, that was left at the edge of a black hole before you entered it, in order to be shaped as someone definitive.

Returning from the enlightenment of that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one, you cannot know, you have been at the other side of a black hole, because you were not there and there is not another side, since there is no more than that which is one. In other words, the person you appear to be is not enlightened. Yet, due to your vague memories of that which is one, you are to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

It is not possible though for somebody else to know, that you are to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one. You will hardly grasp it yourself. But you will for sure grasp, that a world where there seems to be more than one is not real, and that anything appearing there – including the appearance of you as someone definitive – therefore is an illusion.

Appearing in a world where there seems to be more than one as a symbol of that which is one, you do not perceive music to be a means to joy, but as a means to be reminded of the airy music full of ethereal harmonies floating out of a black hole at the edge of the universe.

»I heard a sound from heaven like the sound of cascading waters and like the rumbling of loud thunder. The sound I heard was also like harpists playing on their harps.« Revelation 14:2, Holman Christian Standard Bible.

Being used to take a ride in the inner world of the senses, that opens up when the outer senses are not fully used to experience a world defined by time and space, you sense that the first sentence of this quote refers to ´Aum´, ´Sohang´ or ´The Word of God´, and that the second one to ethereal music.

»At midnight when not a single sound is heard, close your ears with both hands and do Purak Pranayama. Listen to the sounds in your right ear which are very pleasant. The first sound that you will hear is of a pine bird, the second of a flute, third of a cloud, fourth of a dragon bee, the fifth of a ringing bell and then of a gong of metal. Sounds of trumpet, drum etc. are also heard.

As Alexius has no intellectual knowledge of religious scripts most of the words in the quote from Gherand Samhita are meaningless. But since he hears inner music himself, it is easy to pick up the essence of the quote, namely the bliss of listening to inner music.

Besides these, many other sounds are heard if it is practiced daily. These sounds are Anahata (unproduced) and come on their own accord. Nada is related to light. Light is related to mind, so mind gets itself merged in a sound which is the seat of the Lord. Therefore, practice of Bhramari gives Siddhi of Samadhi (i.e., makes Samadhi possible).

Mind gets eightfold more pleasure in the act of meditation than Japa (repeating God’s name), eightfold more interest in Tapas (penance) than the meditation, and eightfold more interest in music or sound than the Tapas. There is nothing greater than music.« Gherand Samhita, stanzas 77-81. Besides for the word ´Nada´ meaning music Alexius does not know the meaning of all the Hindi words in this quote, but hearing inner music himself – though not so bombastic as described in this quote – he gets the overall meaning of it.

Using noise cancelling headphones is a great way to close the outer sense of hearing. Alexius personally prefer in-ear headphones though, as they can also be used when going to bed.

A practical way of closing the outer sense of hearing and open the inner one is to put both thumbs in your ears or simply use a noise cancelling headphone or an in-ear headphone, and then without focusing or trying to define anything, be nothing but the ethereal harmonies coming to you from what may seem to be far away.

For tuning in it is best not go with the vibrations appearing to come from the left ear, as they often are the sounds of a busy mind, but instead follow the harmonies that appear to come from an empty space a bit outside of your right ear. That being said, do not pay too much attention to directions.

Maybe you will not hear ethereal harmonies but the humming symbolised by ´Aum´, ´Sohang´ or ´The Word of God´. If so, follow this glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one.

It could also be that the only thing you ´hear´ is your thoughts. Yet you have no thoughts of your own. That is something the special self wants you to believe so that although they are solely made by the brain, you believe you have created them. Just like you tend to believe a dream is made by you although you do not have any control over it, except for how to perceive it.

As the special self lives from separation, it cannot survive inclusion, so if there is no attempt to edit the thoughts fabricated by the brain by excluding those that do not fit into the perception of being special and instead include them all as they are, there is nothing to make the self special. It is therefore in the basic mode, where it automatically is in sync with the thoughts of the brain.

Consequently, they do not disturb you from hearing empty space as eternal harmonies – or, if in touch with one of the other inner senses, experiencing it as light, eternal sweetness or sublime intimacy. That being said, just like even though nothing disturbs you from hearing the sound of the ocean, to notice it you must want to hear it.

Tasting the sweetness of life helps you to not focus on the world of the outer senses so that glimpses of enlightenment from the world of the inner ones become the foundation for perceiving the world of the outer senses. Since this results in not perceiving the apparent differences to make a difference, there is no differentiation between you and the world where you experience to be. The taste of life
Appearing in the world as a symbol of oneness you are not tasting the most exquisite food to get delicate experiences from that, but to be reminded about the taste of life, which in the world can be compared to the taste from foam of a milkshake with a few drops of honey added to it or to how marshmallows – especially those with a flavour of strawberries – interact with the palate.

»Your lips drip nectar, my bride, honey and milk are under your tongue.« Song of Solomon 4:11.

»Whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never be thirsty, but the water that I shall give him shall be in him as a well of water springing up into everlasting life.« John 4:10-4:14.

To compare a taste to something else is a very individual thing, so you may not compare the inner taste to that of liquorice.

To describe a taste by comparing it to another taste is a very individual thing. In other words, you may not compare the taste of life to a taste of milk and honey with a hint of liquorice.

Even though this taste is called the nectar of life in the old scriptures you should not expect it to make you more young or inject you with more energy in the world of the outer senses. Anyway, you are better off never to expect more of anything, as that which is you is no different from that which is one, and since it is formlessness and therefore endless there is no more than that which is one. Hence looking for more is an illusion based on the belief that is more than that which is one.

One way of undoing this belief is to not focus, because without it a world where there seems to be more than one cannot be perceived, and so it does not seem to hide, there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one. Fortunately, the taste of life is very beneficial in regards to defocusing.

Some Chinese Herb Formulations or teas – for example Spring Dragon Longevity Tea – enhance the taste of life, provided you are already are in touch with it. The same applies to the Ayurvedic teas, that Alexius have tasted or most teas including liquorice.

As already mentioned, the taste of life can be compared to enjoying the transparent taste from the foam of a sweet milkshake. Sometimes, however, it is with a hint of either liquorice, strawberry or mint, so you none of the descriptions of it are definitive. In any case, it is best not to compare the taste of life or other glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one to anything else, as all comparisons are based on definitions from the past and therefore cancels out the ever-present glimpses of enlightenment.

The inner sense of taste not only stops the compulsive focusing on forms but also your cravings for sweets and to experience  something definable. The taste of life is always there and it is free. Neither do you have to meditate or be pure to consume it. All you have to do is to put your tongue behind the uvula. And if you cannot do that, it is also OK, because doing so is just meant to help you deactivating the outer senses and the only thing that really accomplish that, is the intention to do it. Just like even you are at a springboard, you will not dive from it, if that is not your intention of going there.

The inner sense of taste does not only stop the compulsive focusing on something definitive but also your cravings for more, for example more sweets. The taste of life is always there. It is free, and you do not have to meditate or be pure to consume it. All you have to do is to put your tongue behind the uvula and devote yourself to the taste dripping from above. If you cannot get your tongue all the way, it is not a problem, because doing so is just meant to help you deactivating the outer senses and the only thing that really accomplish this, is the intention of doing it.

The taste of life unfolds under the tongue, when it is moved behind the uvula (the skin flap hanging down in the back of the mouth at the entrance to the throat). Placing it there makes you feel like you are not in the world even though you appear to be there, because it cutbacks the need to focus and also the longing for more. As a side effect it diminishes the craving for sweets as well. That is if you devote yourself to it – no techniques will work without devotion. Yet devotion can work without a technique.

To get the tongue behind the uvula you may have to press it backwards for a long time, maybe several months, and finally use a finger to push it the rest of the way, which may make you feel as if you are about to vomit. No worries – it is just a feeling. When you are used to keeping your tongue there, it is easy, and there is no sense of vomiting.

»Khechari Mudra is turning the tongue backwards into the cavity of the cranium and turning the eyes inwards toward the eyebrow center.« Haha-Yoga Pradipika, Chapter 3, stanzas 32-37.

You do not have to literally replicate the technique in above quote, where the taste of life is called Khechari Mudra. Neither do you actually need to be able to make the tongue go all the way behind the uvula. Pushing it as far as possible will do.

The way to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one or glimpses of its facets is not about perfection. Neither is it about how you breath, eat or anything else you appear to do in the world of the outer senses. Yet things like that may be helpful in order to deactivate the outer senses.

But no technique in the world of the outer senses can deactivate them, if that is not the intention of executing the technique. In other words, first step is solely about intention, and if that is to deactivate the outer senses, there is nothing to hinder your trip into the world of the inner senses. Second step is to devote yourself to the amazing journey there.

The above about steps only applies to having glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one and not to bidding it welcome in its entirety, as it takes more than one to take any step.

It is probably best to not be active in the world of the outer senses while having visions of light, as the visual glimpses of enlightenment can become so intense, that the world of the outer senses hardly is sensed.

When the belief in being in a world where there seems to be more than one is undone, there is nothing to hide that there never was and never will be more than that which is one.

The technique for tasting the sweetness of life, however, can be carried out while being active in the world of the outer senses. The same applies to enjoy the ethereal harmonies if you hear them without putting your thumbs in the ears, and also hearing or feeling the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises.

This may result in the experience of a world that seems less defined. Not to the extent though, that you are not able to navigate there. But it probably feels like you do not have to, and that you are carried around in a dream with no will of its own.

That is, as long as you do not take the full tour of these glimpses because it ends in the formlessness of oneness, where you no longer appear to be someone in a dream of a world where there seems to be more than one, neither do you appear to be in oneness, since that requires more than one.

In other words, you are not someone at all and there is no memory or consciousness of you ever having been that, because it was all make-believe and the belief is wiped out.

The part of the world of the outer senses you want to experience is not meant to be blurry but in focus, so what you see is definable. It is the other way around with the world of the inner senses,. In other words, the two worlds does in most cases not work well together. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Focus versus defocus
The world of the outer senses needs you constantly concentrate and focus on it as if you are an autonomous creature in control of your own life. In the world of the inner senses, it is the other way around. It reveals itself when there is no effort to focus, concentrate and control.

But since it is also an act of control to continually trying not to focus in order to see, hear, feel or taste the glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, so besides from getting a headache spreading out from the third eye from too much focus, the inner senses are fenced off.

As long as you intend to appear in a world where there seems to be more than one, it is best to multitask between the inner and outer senses, so you can focus when needed in the world of the outer senses and space out in the world of the inner ones, when nothing is required of you.

How to make this work between the inner an outer sense Alexius does not know, because through his connection with the empty breath, that functions as an automatic gear shifting between the inner and outer senses, it is automatically taking care of. See the last part of the article about the empty breath.

The belief that there are more than one blocks out that which is one
In a world, where there seems to be more than one, the mixing of things may turn out to work well for you. But not in the world of oneness. As it requires more than one, it is not possible to mix anything, so the idea of mixing the different facets of the enlightenment of that which is one fence it off.

That being said, if you do not do the taste of life technique for the sake of the taste but for its benefits in regards to defocusing, you can do this while being devoted to either seeing, hearing or feeling glimpses of enlightenment.

Seeing everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one, will make the outer senses turn inwards, so it is easier to grasp, there is no more than that which is one.

Ways to undo the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one
Can the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, only be undone via the inner senses? No, it can also be undone though the world of the outer ones as described in the duality hacks called Pretending to be someone definitiveSeeing symbols of non-duality in a world of duality, Being inclusive and not exclusive or Alone together. See hack #1-3 + 8. Or as it is described in Extra duality hacks and More duality hacks.

There might be other hacks than those to have this belief undone. But as Alexius has not tried them, he cannot say if they work. Yet, the hacks based on second-hand knowledge from Buddhism and whatnot are is most likely fake – especially if those promoting the hacks have beautiful visions about a hypothetical better future full of love, bliss and happiness because there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless.

In other words, to be blissful, happy or full of love is an illusion, as it requires more than one to be anything at all.

The connection with the empty breath does not unite the outer and the inner senses but it makes them synchronised, which among other things means that what you used to judge as stressful in the low-frequency world of the outer senses will not seem stressing, when synched with the high-frequency world of the inner senses, because of the indifference coming from the empty breath.

Connecting with the empty breath is like going into a driverless car programmed to return to that which is one
The empty breath
 ´lifts´ you out of the belief in being someone definitive by automatically synchronise the outer and inner senses, so that glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one become the basis for interpreting the world of the outer senses.

It is like being transported in a driverless car, that is programmed to take you to the aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one that attracts the most, so you carelessly forget to define the glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one and they as one bright light, tone, emotion or taste carry the nothingness of you back into the formlessness of oneness.

NOTES ABOUT THE QUOTES
The terminology of yoga and so-called holy scriptures – apart from The New Testament – is unknown to Alexius, so he does not know the scriptures from where the quotes in this article are taken. He found them all by searching the internet.

When everything is included there does not appear to be something outside of you, neither inside of you, as that requires there something to be outside of you. In other words, there is nothing but the formlessness of oneness.

Alexius do not sympathise with Eastern or Western religions, neither new age philosophy, as they, in general, appear to be about excluding what is judged to be bad in order to become what is judged to be better, purer or higher. Yoga techniques for example are often based on meditation or something else where what is not one is excluded. Theoretically speaking this should leave out everything but the formlessness of oneness. But as formlessness cannot exclude anything, this is not what you get from being exclusive.

++ To be ´alone together´ is to undo the belief in separation

Being alone together does not mean that you are together with others who also are alone, but that there is nobody else than you, so everything experienced is you. In other words, you are alone together with your fantasy of being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

You cannot appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one without being divided into more than one. Thus you benefit from devoting yourself to something or somebody you love, rather than spending time on despising others, as the latter seems to make you appear even more definitive, which enhances the feeling of being wrong and therefore the need to hide the feeling of inferiority by making others wrong.

That is of course unless you, for example, perceive your despising of others as something you pretend to be (see hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive) or as something symbolising the formlessness of life (see hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life).

Whether you devote yourself to something or somebody in the physical, online or astral world or simply in your mind, where the experience of any world is manufactured, makes no difference, because all experiences are equally illusionary, since it takes more than one to experience something, and there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless.

As the experience of you being separated from others in a world where there seems to be more than one therefore only is possible when your belief that there is more than that which is one, this belief is what makes you and the world appear to be separated from that which is one.

Hence you return to that which is one as you believe to have left it, namely as more than one. Not in a literal sense, because there is no more than that which is one, but in the sense that you include everything* you believe not to be you so that you return alone together**, which is exactly like you imagine to have left it.

A safe thing is to devote yourself to is one of the duality hacks or as many as you feel like. With the exception of the enlightenment of that which is one, they are built on duality in the sense, that they only work in a world where there seems to be more than one. Being connected with the empty breath, (see hack #4, A state of not-knowing is nothing but bliss) for example, requires more than one.

This rhythm of more than one coming from the extraction and contraction of the breath, that correlates with the transparent sound of the empty breath or the swing of it or surfing its yin-yang like waves (see the article What does ´the empty breath´ feels like?), is the most basic contrast behind the imagination of a world where there seems to be more than one.

The empty breath is such an eminent hack of duality. You simply follow its basic rhythm of duality, namely expansion and contraction, and by doing so you return to non-duality, as you believed to have left it, namely as more than one.

The complete inclusion of the contrast, which comes from totally going with the flow of the empty breath in 20 minutes, 45 at most (see the hack 20 minutes, 45 at most in Extra Duality Hacks), cancels out the apparent difference between the apparent opposing sides of it, wherefore nothing seems to manifest from it anymore (see the article Without contrasts there is no duality, and so nothing seems to hide there is no more than non-duality).

Since your departure from oneness is make-believe, so is your return to it. In reality, nobody returns to that which is one and nobody needs to, because nobody has left it, as it is formless and therefore endless.

That is why, what the empty breath or one of the other duality hacks accomplishes is not the undoing of a world where there seems to be more than one, but the undoing of the belief that you are someone in such a world.

This belief is erased through the implementation of the duality hacks (see Duality HacksExtra Duality Hacks and More Duality Hacks), so that there is not someone to experience a world where there seems to be more than one, and therefore nothing to hide there was and never will be more than that which is one.

PART 1:
The outer senses is not a contrast to the inner senses in the way black is to white, for example. It is not that the outer senses are on the outside and the inner senses on the inside. Their names rather mean that the outer senses are geared to experience a world, that is perceived to be outside of you, whereas the inner senses help you to experience a world that does not seems to be separated from you.

The inner senses is used to see a world, that does not appear to be outside of you. But it does not mean it is inside of you. There is neither anything inside or outside, as that requires more than one and there is no more than that which is one.

But scientifically speaking the world consists of empty space, so whatever tangible appearances you seem to experience is make-believe, regardless of where they appear to be. It is also make-believe, that there is someone who experience is experiencing this. See Where to find the bliss of ´the empty breath´.

To undo the belief in being someone in a tangible world, it may be beneficial to not only use the outer senses but also the inner ones, as what is experienced with them does not seem tangible so you may start questioning the existence of a tangible world and you like someone there.

Often those having visions via the inner senses conclude, that the world experienced with the outer ones is an illusion, and they are right – but they are not right when they go on concluding the world experienced with the inner senses is real.

It requires more than one to experience something, and as there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one because what is formless is endless, no experience is real. Nevertheless turning down the volume of the outer senses, that in the context of the physical world operate below the eyebrows, and turning up the volume of on the inner ones, which means to partially shift awareness to above the outer senses, makes it easier to undo the belief in a world, where there seems to be more than one.

There is nothing real to find in the world of the outer senses – neither in the world of the inner ones, but there it may be easier to uncover the illusion of the senses, so that there is nothing to hide that which cannot be sensed, namely the formlessness of that which is one.

The more you do not try to define anything, which is easier in the world of the inner senses, as there are not so many established concepts about what it is, the less there is someone definitive experiencing anything. And when there is no belief in being someone definitive, the enlightenment of that which is one is bid welcome.

For some, it seems easier having the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one undone in the abstract world of the inner senses. But the belief in separation can also be undone while experiencing the world of the outer senses,

PART 2:
Just like the outer senses can be used with the sole purpose of entertaining yourself and impressing others with how much you appear to be and have, the inner ones can be used for the same purpose. In fact, that is the most common purpose for those who like to label themselves as spiritual. They believe that having visions of an inner world makes them more spiritual and therefore different from others.

But as long as the apparent differences in a world, where there seems to be more than one, is perceived to make a difference, you are part of the very same belief in separation as those whom you think you differ from. That is, however, quickly solved in the world of the outer senses, because as we all share the same belief system of separation, we all in are the same boat. In other words, the apparent difference between us makes no difference, and so there is no foundation for the belief in separation.

As you can see, you do not need to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one to practically see that to believe in separation makes no sense. But without having bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, it is may be difficult to take it to the next step, which is that without separation there is no foundation for the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one.

However, as such a world is a matter of belief – quantum physics states it only appears to be there when observed –you may as well believe someone, who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, telling you that it is a hallucination – especially as this includes your appearance as someone definitive, because that means all problems are solved, as all your problems arise from the belief that you are someone at all.

PART 3:
Let us imagine, that though you have never heard anything else than compressed music like for example MP3, you feel that something is missing. Yet you cannot know what it is, because you have never heard uncompressed music as it sounds on vinyl.

But also on vinyl, there seems to be something missing in comparison with live music – and that is nothing compared to the ethereal music you can hear in the world of the inner senses when the outer ones are partly turned off. The inner senses, however, you do not know, if you have always depended on the outer ones.

To depend only on the outer senses can be compared to playing a game like Monopoly but without the cards, so you do not know where to go. Neither do you know where to go in the world, when the inner senses are not used. Without them you cannot hear where you are – or rather, without them you cannot hear that which is you is not in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Not knowing what and where you are, thoughts lose their meaning

If you do not believe thoughts to be real, it is easy to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, because all that is needed to bid it welcome is to not be attentive to the meaning of thoughts, which is not to be mistaken for stopping them, as that requires someone definitive doing it – and to be definitive requires lots of thoughts judged to have a specific meaning.

Neither should it be understood as you become aware of the enlightenment of that which is one instead of thoughts. It is not possible to be aware of the enlightenment of that which is one, as it takes more than one to be aware of something.

Bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one is to not be exclusive but inclusive.

In other words, there is nobody to know if you are enlightened because to know something requires more than one. Also, what you appear to be in the world is not enlightened, because a person cannot be enlightened.

Yet a person can step aside so that there is not something definable to hide the indefinable light of that which is one. To not be exclusive but inclusive is to step aside because inclusiveness neutralise contrasts and without them, there is nothing define you as someone definitive and therefore not something to not bid welcome the formlessness of the enlightenment of that which is one.

You are nobody in the enlightenment of that which is one. Well, also in the world, but in the enlightenment of that which is one there is not something to fill the nothingness of you with thoughts of importance, and so there is nobody to experience the enlightenment of that which is one. 

Yet returning from to a world where there seems to be more than one, there are vague memories of such a world being destroyed by a light stronger than 1000s of sun and leaving nothing but that which is one, as Arjuna describes it in the Bhagavad Gita.

Remembering there is no more than that which is one is not gonna change you into someone, who is wiser, better or more happy, but into nobody, as the conclusion is that a world where there seems to be more than one is not there.

The enlightenment of that which is one is one perpetual present, and therefore cannot be brought back into a world of linear time, so if returning to such a world you are not in the enlightenment of that which is one. Yet, as there are vague memories of it, you are to be compared to someone who is the enlightenment of that which is one. The person though that you appear to be in the world is in no way changed by this, neither is it necessary because the appearance of you in a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion and so is any change of it.

If a person only partially bids welcome the enlightenment of that which is one there will just be glimpses of it in the form of hearing, feeling or tasting an echo of that which is one. It can also be spaced out visions of travelling through different universes, seeing Jesus or the birth of a new universe in slow motion, which is very is exciting of course, but as it is something experienced, it has nothing to do with the enlightenment of that which is one.

You cannot go around as a person enlightened of that which is one, but you can go around having glimpses of it. If you do, you may seem distant from the world, as if you are not there. Yet you are more present than most because to be present you cannot be in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Living in the now has nothing to do with living. It is a numb state of mind for those trying to fit into a still photo imagined to be life, as they are afraid of going with the flow of it.

Chances are, however, that you quickly will look for more glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one and as you, therefore, are participating in the quest for being and having more, you will be fixated you in a world where there seems to be more than one. In other words, you are not present at all, because that which is you is the formlessness of oneness and as formless is endless there is no more than that which is one.

The way to undo your belief in thoughts, as if they are yours and therefore making you appear to be someone special, is to include all of them exactly as they appear to be.

The swing of the empty breath feels as the curved line in an yin yang sign swinging back and forth, up and down, from side to side and everything in between within a ball without definitive borders, that crosses your body below or above the waist and in the head or above it. This vibration synchronizes the low-frequency world of the outer senses with the high frequency of the inner senses, so no kind of speediness or confusion in the world of the outer senses seems upsetting. When experiences in the world of the outer senses is based on the world of the inner senses nothing is interpreted as upsetting. It is rather the other way around, you cannot help but laugh. Being a medium for the empty breath, you are guided by glimpses of enlightenment
The main reason for feeling stressed as an appearance in a world where there seems to be more than one is that it takes so much energy to make thoughts and feelings appear as if they come from someone specific.

Not being someone specific feels as if you are nothing, which seems very discomforting until you realise that being empty you are a vessel the empty breath*, that takes you into the high-frequency world of the inner senses, where glimpses of enlightenment are the base for experiencing the low-frequency world of the outer senses.

The excitements in the world of the outer senses requires you to appear, as if you are someone definitive, because you cannot have a specific experience without being someone definitive.

Being guided by the empty breath is like being on autopilot. It is so relaxing and it feels as if nothing is wrong no matter what you appear to be and have, unless you do not still insist in being entertained by all the apparent exciting possibilities in the world of the outer senses, as they only bring pleasure if you work hard to appear as someone specific with its own thoughts and feelings.

This is very stressful compared to being a medium for the empty breath, as it automatically syncs the stress from the world of outer senses with the tranquillity of the inner senses so that you become indifferent to the apparent differences of a world where there seems to be more than one.

You are lucky, when everything seems to fall apart, because this may trigger so much sadness, that you stop believing the construction of thoughts you have based your identity upon is that which is you.

This synchronisation occurs when the high frequencies coming from the inner senses are not fenced off by the belief that thoughts belong to someone definitive, and no effort is made to be active in the low-frequency world of the outer senses.

This does not mean that you cannot move around in the world of the outer senses. You are inactive in it and ready to be a medium for the empty breath when you do not care about what and where you are, while you, for example, appear to be walking down a street or sitting in a park. In other words, no need to exclude anything by eating special food or sit in special postures in special surroundings to achieve a pure mind.

The empty breath is the foundation for glimpses of enlightenment, that is bound to merge into the enlightenment of that which is one, provided you do not keep swimming in the bliss induced by the glimpses of enlightenment, as to be blissful requires more than one.

Just like the empty breath is a foundation for the glimpses of enlightenment so is ´pretending to be someone definitive´ or ´to se symbols of life in the world´ or ´not being exclusive but inclusive´ so that apparent differences is not perceived to make a difference**. It does not matter which foundation you choose or if you alternate between them.

A perfect moment with glimpses of enlightenment is something you are aware of. If you stop being aware of it, you cannot see any glimpse. There is nothing and that is where the enlightenment of that which is one sets in. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Where do glimpses of enlightenment come from
Physically speaking the glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one seems to originate from a non-defined space behind the frequencies of thoughts behind the pineal gland. It is probably also from there, you perceive the world, when you are not exclusive but inclusive, so its apparent differences do not make a difference and it feels as every moment is the perfect moment**.

The same applies to pretend being a person or to perceive everything in the world as symbols of that which is one**. The empty breath – sounding like sohang – is presumably picked up from there as well physically speaking.

The pineal gland might work as a receiver for signals picked up by the eighth chakra, which has a magenta colour and is located above the head. Yet maybe neither the pineal gland or the eighth chakra have anything to do with the experiences glimpses of enlightenment. You cannot know, because experiencing them, you do not care – and not experiencing you do not know where to look.

In daily life, it might be best downplaying the visual glimpses of enlightenment, as you will have a hard time navigating the world of the outer senses while having visions of light. In most cases though, you can safely go with the glimpses of the other aspects of enlightenment, namely hearing, feeling or tasting it.

This is not a new religion or philosophy, that you must learn and strictly adhere to. On the contrary. It is about unlearning everything and going with the flow.

Not knowing what and where you are, there is no more to unlearn
The enlightenment of that which is one and the glimpses of it are in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings described in a certain way, but elsewhere the same may be described in another way – just like two persons may describe the same cup of coffee in different ways.

So do not wait for the enlightenment of that which is one or the glimpses of it to be revealed exactly as described in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. In other words, you do not have to fit into the terminology of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. Also: trying to extract a specific way to the enlightenment of that which is one or the glimpses of it from Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings will not help you. Better to forget all words about it and thrust the light, sound, feeling or taste of it to do their thing, when you partly or fully are willing to not be someone definitive.

That being said, there are practical instructions of how to experience glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one in the article Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment, which may help undoing the belief in being someone definitive and therefore be able to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one.

When there is nobody there, there is nobody to judge a dog to be different from a human. No appearance appears to do behave in a personal way, because nobody is observing them.

There is nothing to fear when there is nobody there
When none of your experiences is excluded but included, you cannot know what and where you are, because with nothing excluded there are no contrasts to define you as someone specific.

Inclusion seems dangerous when you want to survive as someone definitive, but if you do not mind being nobody, there is no need to fear what seems to be the disintegration of you, because there is no end to not being specific.

You and the world is fabricated at the edge of a black hole, which you have imagined to be a way out of that which is one – and to make it appear as if you are right, you divide all the appearances of this fabrication by separating them into good and bad, so that it seems you are in a world, where there is more than that which is one.


What you appear to be is fabricated at the edge of a black hole, from where you believed it was possible to escape that which is one. To make it appear as you are right in believing, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, you separate everything you imagine to see outside the black hole into degrees of good and bad so that it feels like you are in a world where there is more than one.

When feelings, that are judged to be bad, are excluded by projecting them onto others or obscure parts of your body, so that you appear to be a good person only, you have fabricated a world divided into opposites of good and bad, right and wrong and me and them. Consequently, there is always something, you need to fix in order not to feel bad, wrong or outside.

When everything is included there is no differences and consequently nothing to improve. Nothing is missing. Every moment is the perfect moment.

But if you do not try to avoid the ups and downs of the world by excluding what makes you feel down but instead include down as well as up, then their contrast is cancelled out, and so the apparent difference between down and up makes no difference. In other words, nothing is wrong or missing. The moment is perfect – also if there still appears to be thoughts and feelings because they are experienced through the echo of that which is one, which is indifferent to the experience of you as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

The inner senses are not limited by the ideas of time and space, so it is not a problem for them to pick the echo of that which is one coming from the beginning of the world, which also is the end of it.

The humming from the edge of the universe
Depending on your preference in the world the echo of that which is one is either experienced as a sound, feeling, light or taste coming from the edge of the universe – one at a time though, as they are aspects of that which is one. This article, however, is mainly about hearing or feeling it, which is often symbolised by the words Aum and Sohang.

As what is formless is endless, the formlessness of that which is one is everything, so to be conscious or anything else that requires more than one is an illusion.

When the outer senses are partially closed, the inner ones, that are not limited by time and space, can tune into this vibration from the edge of the universe symbolised by the words Aum and Sohang, so that you can hear or feel it. What you hear or feel though is not that which is one but a glimpse of it because that which is one cannot be experienced.

That which is one is the absence of attention, awareness, consciousness, love or anything else that requires more than one. In other words, they are make-belive because that which is one is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than the formlessness of oneness.

If the outer senses are completely closed, there is no world to experience, and so there is nothing to prevent the flow of the inner senses from erasing all thoughts – or rather the belief that there is someone thinking them – so there is not something that appears to hide that which is one. This is, however, not the subject of this article, which is written within the apparent realm of a world where there seems to be more than one.

Feeling or hearing the humming from the edge of the universe you do not perceive differences to make a difference. There is nothing to separate good and bad or anything else, so everything – though apparent different – have the same value. Every moment is the perfect moment. Nothing is wrong or missing.

You think you have escaped that which is one through an black hole looking a bit like an embryo into a world where there seems to be more than one. But it is a fantasy. It is not possible. There is no black hole, because there is no more than that which is one. You think you have escaped that which is one through a black hole into a world where there seems to be more than one. But it is a fantasy. There is no way to escape the formlessness of that which is one because formlessness is endless. Consequently this image of a black hole, that may look like an embryo or a horse head, is not real.

In the beginning, every moment was the perfect
A perfect moment can be compared to the first moment of a world where there seems to be more than one. You have just escaped the formlessness of that which is one through a black hole, that you imagined seeing at what you judged to be the edge of oneness. Fragments of oneness – or rather selected memories – that you brought through the black hole, are chaotically floating around until you start organising them into a perfect pattern.

But there is not enough fragments – or memories – to make the pattern perfect. You freak out, and the anger makes the fragments explode into a big bang, that expands into the universe in which you spend all your time looking for the missing pieces. Truth is that which is one. Consequently there is no truth in a world, where there seems to be more than one.

If you are a factual minded person, you may ask, where are the facts behind the above explanation. There are no facts but that a world where there seems to be more than one is not possible, because there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one, as formlessness has no end. In other words, that which is one is everything and therefore no outside or inside.

Consequently whatever is experienced in a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion – also so-called facts, spirituality, the above mentioned perfect moment an explanation of the beginning of the world.

The perfect moment is a fairytale pointing to that which is one
That which is you is no different from that which is one, so it is not possible to be someone definitive in a world, where there seems to be more than one. Yet it is possible to pretend to be there. Just like – in the context of such a world – it is possible to pretend to be someone in a virtual world of a game.

As most have forgotten, that a world where there seems to be more than one is virtual, they believe that what they appear to be is real – and as they believe it all started with a big bang, the above explanation about the beginning of the world and a perfect moment is meant to be a fairytale, that hints to what hides that which is one, so you may be inspired to have the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one undone.

A perfect moment can be used as a way to survive the stress of a world where there seems to be more than one, and/or as a way to have the belief in such a world undone, so there is not something to hide the formlessness of that which is one.

So if this fairytale of a perfect moment seems helpful to you, follow it and go back to the very first moment of the world, where your partially opened inner senses will fill you with glimpses of enlightenment – or if completely opened leave your identity at the edge of a black hole, so that nobody gracefully floats through a black hole into that which is one.

But if this fairytale is not your cup of tea, by all means, go for another – for example, hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation – or go for something entirely different.

It is best though, while appearing to be in a world, where there seems to be more than one, to follow somebody else´s voice*, as what you consider to be your own is based on the sum of your memories, which means it is the ego talking from the past in an attempt to maintain the status quo by for example saying you should things in your own pace.

No way, however, is more or less real than another. Yet while believing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, it may seem as if there is a way that serves you better than another in regards to undoing the belief in being someone definitive. If Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings appear to be such a way, use them to set yourself free, but please do use them to prove that you are on the right way and others are on a wrong.

Most belief systems are just a shared vocabulary for people in search of meaning.

Also, do not try to fit into the terminology of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. They are not a new philosophy or religion. where you can find the meaning of life. On the contrary. They undo the belief, that you are someone living in a capsule of time and space. What you believe to do not exist, because it takes more than one to believe something or to exist as someone – and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.


*) It is of course only in a world, where there seems to be more than one, that you can appear to follow somebody else’s voice. Ultimately speaking there is nothing but the oneness of that which is you.

Oneness is contrary to the common belief not the same as quietness and stillness, as the ultimate speed of that which is one is wild and noisy. That is if it could be experienced, but that is not possible since it requires more than one to experience something.

You could also say, the reason oneness cannot be experienced is that it is like a movie running so fast that there are no frames to be seen. Thus it is not due to quietness but speediness, it is that which is one.*

In this context, a world where there seems to be more than one is the same movie slowed down so much, that it seems to consists of frames divided by time and space.

Those insisting in oneness being stillness are those who want take it slow, because that makes them able to remain as if they are in control.

It is therefore not quietness but fastness, that is needed to accelerate the slowed down movie where there appears to be a world with more than one back to its natural speed of that which is one. But as this seems to create too much pressure on our biological system, which is part of the low-frequency world of the outer senses, we need the empty breath to sync it with the high-frequency world of the inner senses, so that it can absorb it.

This is not to say, that stress gets replaced by pleasure since that is just as disturbing for the biological system as any other sensation. All that is needs for the sensitivity of its nervous system to work is to be free from the excitement imagined by the mind.**

Yet this synchronisation is only possible, if you do not work against it by organising thoughts and/or feelings into a philosophical or religious system, because that slows down the natural speed of thoughts and feelings, wherefore the energy of them becomes so dense that it emerges with the body.

As there is no more than that which is one, everything in a world where there seems to be more than one is absurd. This includes Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. That is until the thoughts and/or feelings suppressed in the body infect it with weird diseases, and the body, therefore, spits them out through, for example, vomiting, wherefore the turmoil of them return to your awareness in an even more speedy and chaotic way than before. But if the synchronisation is not interrupted, the empty breath syncs the disturbing speed in the world of the outer senses with the world the inner senses, that increases the speed until it impossible for the brain to fabricate a conscious experience of you as someone definitive, wherefore there is nobody to judge the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one to make a difference, and thus no basis for believing to be someone definitive, which is pure bliss.

Please be aware, that the above explanation of that which is one versus a world where there seems to be more than one is as absurd as any other explanation of this or anything else, as it requires more than one to explain something and there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless.

Hence there is neither truth, love or anything else to be found in a world where there seems to be more than one, nor anywhere else. That is why Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings do not point to anything but that there is no more than that which is one.

In the connectedness with the empty breath, the apparent difference between specific thoughts is not perceived to make a difference, neither is the supposed difference between what is presumed to be you and others.

Thus there is nobody to be separated from somebody or at one with everybody – nor to experience the transparency of nothingness.

So although the image of you as somebody substantial as a hallucination and so is the apparently tangible world where you appear to be, it seems as if you are still there, which is quite hilarious, because that which is you is no different from that which is one so you cannot be anywhere, as it requires more than one to be somewhere.

When trying to control, change or stop thoughts and feelings, they are slowed down and therefore do not have the speed needed to ignite a take-off to the empty breath, where they lose their apparent meaning, since the empty breath is indifferent to differences. If thoughts and feelings are not stopped or organised into something you believe to be usable, the uncontrolled chaos of them will automatically ignite a take-off to the empty breath, and therefore not noticed anymore (see Take-offs to ´the empty breath´, and How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´ ).

Yet for the take-off to work, you must first acknowledge the chaos of thoughts and feelings exactly as it is experienced, and in no way try to analyse or understand it, because doing so hides chaos behind an orderly system, wherefore it is displaced. This is also what happens if you choose to observe it or justify it with something or somebody.

So not to hide the chaos of thoughts and feelings behind a mental or meditative activity, but instead acknowledge it as it is, you do nothing but totally being that. And this is not only the take-off to the empty breath but also the destination because totally being something leaves nothing to contrast it, wherefore there is not something to define you, so you are in a state of not-knowing.* Read more about this here.

But since there is nobody in a state of not-knowing, there is not somebody to know the transparent bliss of nothingness, that comes from the indifference to the consciousness of being someone definitive, before you return to that consciousness and blissful memories of being indifferent to it start popping up.

Nevertheless, you know, that you are in a state of not-knowing when you do not care about what and where you appear to be.

4.3 Where to find the bliss of ´the empty breath´ (in the process of being updated)

The bliss of the empty breath may be felt like an intangible yin-yang sign

When you do not believe to be made of substantial elements – whether appearing to be subtle or solid – empty space takes over.* This can of course not be illustrated, so this yin-yang illustration is just simulating the swing of the empty breath coming out of it. Since the bliss of nothingness, that sets in when connecting with the empty breath, is a state of not-knowing, it is not possible to connect with it when in the consciousness of being someone definitive. Thus the connection must be established before the brain based on signals, it claims to receive from the sensory system, renders a world defined by time and space, as if it is you who have a conscious experience of it, therefore, are someone in it.

Science states, the world we seem to feel and see consist of 99.9999999 per cent empty space. And the rest – despite it also is empty space and just like a dream has nothing substantial in it – is what we perceive to be elements of matter making up a world defined by time and space.

Thus appearing to be someone definitive is make-believe, no matter what and where you appear to be.

On account of this taking one second for the brain to accomplish, there are countless of seconds where a connection with the empty breath can be established (see how in the articles Take-offs to ´the empty breath´, and How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´ ), because in those seconds unprocessed by the brain, there is nothing to define you and therefore no consciousness of being someone definitive, so there is no difference between the nothingness of you and that of the empty breath.

Believing to coming from the heart is a way to bypass the brain, so that you appear to be more special and/or spiritual than the basic self it preserves. But it is just like painting your hair. It still comes from the head.

This has nothing to do with coming from the heart, which is just something you imagine to make you feel more special and to feel closer to your pure your essence instead of being somebody insignificant. But you have no pure essence. You are nothing. Thus being insignificant is closer to that which is you, because when you are nothing, something does not appear to hide, there are no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless

How to connect with the bliss of the empty breath

You connect with the empty breath by not connecting with the consciousness of you as someone definitive experiencing the tangible world, that the brain spends a second to fabricate from what the senses seem to have picked up in empty space. You can compare this to not turning on a video game, because you rather want to experience the physical world – except that connecting with the empty breath is not a conscious experience but a state of not-knowing, and you have less than a second to connect with that instead of the image the brain fabricate as if you are someone definitive. This is plenty of time though, provided you are willing to not be conscious of something but be a servant of nothing. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As the empty breath sees no separation, it has no need to connect with you, no matter what and where you believe to be. You, on the other hand, need to connect with it, if you want to be indifferent to the belief in the brains conversion of empty space into a world where you seem to be someone separated from everything else by time and space. Forget about being conscious of the empty breath, as what you are conscious about is never the present but the past.

Having connected with the empty breath in the second that has not yet been processed by the brain and hereafter not picking up on the brains deceptive fabrication of you as someone living in a capsule of time and space, the second unprocessed by the brain is extended into a state of not-knowing.

This state though cannot last more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, if you want to remain as if you are someone definitive, because if the brain is not constantly occupied with thoughts, that seems to confirm the conscious experience of you as someone definitive, it falls into a coma.

So being in a state of not-knowing for more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, is the end of being there or anywhere else, because the signals that appear to come from empty space are no longer registered by the brain, wherefore there is neither nothing or something that seems to cover up, there never was or will be anything else than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore has no beginning or end.

the bliss of the empty breath that undoes the belief in being someone definitive

Is it the bliss of the empty breath that undoes the belief in being someone definitive, or is the undoing of this belief that causes the bliss of the empty breath? Since that question arises from the belief in being someone definitive, which is an illusion fabricated by the brain, there is no answer to it, neither to who has fabricated this illusion or who choose to have the belief in it undone. How not to be deceived by the brains fabrication of you as someone definitive in a world defined by time and space but instead drift in the bliss of not-knowing is a question that cannot be answered, since it is founded on the belief that you are someone definitive, and the bliss of not-knowing comes from the indifference to that belief.

Neither can it be known, if it is the empty breath or not believing to be someone definitive that comes first in regards to be in the transparency of not-knowing. The only reason somebody wants to know this – or anything else in regards to a state of not-knowing – is that they believe to be defined by what they know, and they rather remain as somebody definitive than nobody in the bliss of not-knowing.

Thus the above about where to find the transparent bliss, that the empty breath entails, is not an attempt to answer the question but to rule it out. The same applies to the below, which is a further exploration of the above.

what you see is a translation produced by the brain


It takes time for the brain to correct the signals, it receives from the eyes about a flower, for example, so that it does not appear to be upside down but a coherent right-side-up image in the way you expect to see a flower. In other words, what you experience to see now is an edit version of the past. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

It takes time for the brain to adopt the signals it seems to receive from your eyes, so they appear to be something substantial in the tangible world, we collectively have agreed to see outside of us. All the signals, for example, must to be flipped in order to produce an image of a world that does not appear to be upside down. Read more about that here.

This is not a skill, we are born with. The brain in a baby does not know how to do that. But in order to integrate the baby in the belief system of the world, the brain must quickly learn how to turn the incoming signals into a coherent right-side-up image, so it seems the baby is having the same experience of the world as everybody else.

now is an illusion fabricated by the brain

You do not know what you are reading in this very moment, because what you believe to read now is the brains delayed adaption of the signals, it received from your eyes one second ago. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Where to enter the transparent bliss of the empty breath?
Even though it only takes the brain a few milliseconds to register the signals, it receives from the eyes in this very moment, what you are conscious about right now is something else, because the brain needs a second more to process a conscious experience of those signals, so that you believe they are what you experience to see now.

The brain extrapolate the second it uses to process the signals, it claims to receive from the senses, into an experience that seems to confirm, you are someone definitive experiencing them now not one second ago.

In other words, since your conscious experience of now is a delayed interpretation of the signals the eyes received one second ago, what you believe to read now was read in the past.

When not organising thoughts and feelings into specific categories, they do not seem to represent something in a substantial world. Hence there is nothing to block out the empty breath, that does not know of such a world or that you believe to be someone there. All it knows is the nothingness from which this fantasy has been made, because it is that nothingness.

now is a delayed interpretation of the past

The data, that your experience of this image is based on, the brain received from your eyes at least one second ago. In other words, your experience of now is a delayed interpretation of the past fabricated by the brain in order to fool you into believing, that you are someone definitive having your own life. Yet you have nothing of on your own because what you believe to be is a product of the brain made from out of nothing. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As this means you are never conscious of the present but the past, and as the empty breath is only in the present, the way to connect with it is to not be conscious but return to the second of no consciousness (see how in the articles Take-offs to ´the empty breath´ and How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´ ), where the signals from the sensory organs have not been processed by the brain into a conscious experience of you as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Since there is nobody in this second unprocessed by the brain, there is not somebody to believe, that the apparently different signals received via the sensory system are making a difference. Thus the brains interpretation of them, as if they are a reflection of different substantial elements making up a world where there seems to be more than one is exposed to be a fiction, that hides they are a reflection of nothing and not of something, wherefore there is no differences that appear to separate you from the empty breath.

The experience of a dimensional world is a fabrication of the brain, which it produces by overlaying the flat signals hitting the two eyes into one seamless image of a 3D world. See hack #2.3 Life is flat or hack #2.5 Size does not matter.

what you believe to be is the brain

The brain uses five per cent of its capacity to construct a self, that through selected parts of the signals hitting the sensory organs in combinations with singled out memories, feelings and imaginations make up an exciting story about itself, that is stored all over inside the brain as if it is you. How long time does connectedness with the empty breath lasts?
It is just five per cent of the brain, that is used to shape the conscious experience of ourselves as somebody defined by time and space. Much more space though is needed to establish this experience as real. Thus a big part of the brain is constantly occupied with thoughts about ourselves as if they are caused by a tangible world experienced to revolve around us and therefore seem to confirm, that we are somebody definitive. See also INTRO TO HACK #4.4, ´The empty breath´ and the bliss of not believing to be someone and Where to find the bliss of ´the empty breath´.

If not kept busy by making it appear, as if there is something where there is nothing, the brain falls into coma, so you can only remain as if you are someone in the tangible world fabricated by it, if you do not float too long in the transparent bliss of a state of not-knowing, that the empty breath entails.

It seems, that when the brain is not kept busy with thoughts, we appear to think ourselves about ourselves (see No talking is needed to come back to that which is one and The ins and outs of the inner senses) for 20 minutes, 45 at the most, it falls apart – and since all our selected memories are stored there and the sum of them is what we believe to be, this belief falls apart as well.

When you look for something better, a state of not-knowing is fenced off, until you are so fed up with looking for the best, that the almost involuntary reflex to divide the world into better and worse is dismissed in favour for the indifference of the empty breath. Thus connecting with the empty breath is not a matter of doing it right but having had enough.

Thus a state of not-knowing cannot last too long at a time. That is not a problem though, because mostly it lasts no longer than the moment it takes for the uncontrolled speed of thoughts and emotions to ignite it (see Take-offs to ´the empty breath´ and How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´ ).

In the bliss of the empty breath you are indifferent to being and having more

The urge to be and have more is the cause of all suffering because more wants more, so there will never be enough. That is not a problem though, when connected with the empty breath, because it is indifferent to differences, so you always have enough. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Even in a state of not-knowing the urge to be someone special may be so deep-rooted, that it paves the way for the brain – perhaps just for a split second – to break through with its version of you as someone, who can be and have something special, if agreeing to identify selected sensory signals to be better than others, for example those that seem to manifest you in a special relation with a spouse, children of yours, pets or bodily wellness.

As nothing appears to make a difference in a state of not-knowing, there is no special place to go or someone special to love, so if having a need for something special, it feels as being inside an unbreakable armour of pain instead of floating in the bliss of nothingness.

If not trying to escape this feeling of claustrophobia but including it as it is, it is not definable as something and thus nothing but that from where bliss of nothingness is coming.

Compared to this vision of you as someone special in control of what to be and have, the simple bliss of nothingness seems boring, because there is nobody to be excited about being and having something special.

Love, empathy and whatnot are feelings fabricated by the brain, so that the experience of you as someone definitive, seems to be a happy one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When you succeed in having sex with somebody, the brain rewards you by releasing dopamine, which is the same it releases if you take drugs. And if the relation goes on it is not about love but to follow the demands of the brain, so it will release a new shot of dopamine.

Like everything else this has an end. But if you start showing more empathy in your relation, the brain is gonna reward you with shots of oxytocin – also called ´the hugging hormone´ – that instantly creates a feeling of happiness. And if you go along with the instructions of the brain, you will soon have a baby to cuddle.

Thus a state of not-knowing is left behind by imagining to be so special, that someone else, who also is special, is impressed and wants to be in a special relationship with you, so what you seem to have together can replace the feeling of loneliness, that arises from judging someone or something to be special.

That is, until you are so weary from living up to the expectations of being someone special, that you prefer to use your frustration as a take-off to the empty breath (see how in the articles Take-offs to ´the empty breath´ and How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´ ), and float in the bliss of nothingness, that arises from being indifferent to the desire of being and having something special.

The bliss of the empty breath is a state of not-knowing, that is all-inclusive


A state of not-knowing is all-inclusive. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

If you try to exclude the desire for something special in order to remain in a state of not-knowing, you are already out of it, because being in a state of not-knowing is all-inclusive, contrary to being someone definitive, that is exclusive. So if not excluding but including your desire, you are still nobody in the bliss of not-knowing, and thus in its guidance of everything included.

In this case you used hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is pure bliss. But you could also have continued by using a hack to connect with the empty breath by using the restless energy of your desire to ignite a take-off to the empty breath (see How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´ ), as all the duality hacks are interchangeable.

Even though Alexius mostly was in a state of not-knowing, when he for two days was stuck in the rainforest without food and water, it was the inclusion of his fear, that made it possible for the empty breath to use it in guiding him to a helicopter, that wired him up from there. See the article Every moment is the perfect moment – also for dying in the rainforest.

The bliss of the empty breath has no centre

The flow of the empty breath goes in all directions within its non-definable frame as a circle with no fixed centre. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

So when not insisting that your spouse and whatnot is special, which is done by not excluding but including your desire to be and have something special (see hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is pure bliss), the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one do not make appear to make difference, and you continue in the flow of the empty breath, that helps you dealing with everything included.

The flow of the empty breath goes in all directions – up and down, back and forth, from right to left, or anywhere in between – within its non-definable borders of a circle with no fixed centre or size (see the illustrations in What does ´the empty breath´ feel like?).

It makes no difference to the empty breath though what direction you follow or how much you are connected with it. Your willingness to connect is all that it wants (see the paragraph The only requirement is a willingness in INTRO TO HACK #5-7, ´The empty breath´ and the bliss of not believing to be someone). And if it is there, it automatically syncs the inner and outer senses, so the sense of stability in the inner ones helps you to get through the sense of instability in the outer ones (see What and where are the inner and outer senses).

You cannot know what is in your own best interest, because you believe to be someone in need of something special. The empty breath, however, knows what you believe to be is not something but nothing. Thus what you need is not the excitement of something but the bliss of nothing.

This does not mean, it will seem easier to get a new spouse, more money and whatnot in the world of the outer senses, but that it is easier seeing, it makes no difference what you appear to be and have, because that which is you is not a limited creature in a capsule of time and space but the formlessness of oneness.

In the bliss of the empty breath you do not know what and where you are

In a state of not-knowing, you do not know what and where you are. No worries. It is not needed. On the contrary. It is the assumption, that you know what and where you are, that covers the bliss of not-knowing it. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

More ways to a state of not-knowing
Inclusiveness also results in a state of not-knowing (see hack #3.3 Inclusiveness is pure bliss), and so does pretending to be someone instead of believing to be that (see hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive), or having glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one (see hack #5-7.2 The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be found in a world where there seems to be more than one, but glimpses of it can), or perceiving everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one (see hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life), or acknowledging that the experience of such a world is something you are having alone together (see hack #8.8 Alone together is the key to that which is one).

All other duality hacks (see More Duality Hacks and Extra Duality Hacks) except the enlightenment of that which is one also result in a state of not-knowing. If they differ from each other is not to say, as the brain does not fabricate a conscious experience of them.

How many triangles are there in this image?
As the brain automatically fill in the missing pieces in this image to make you believe, that you see two triangles, you will probably disagree with the grey triangle being an illusion and the one partly framed by a black stroke being disconnected.

But if you cover the three incomplete black circles, the grey triangle disappears and the other one is fragmentary.

Since it is the brain that decides what we see, hear, feel, smell and taste, we are not free, but something fabricated and controlled by it to believe, we are somebody in a world where there seems to be more than one, and not the formlessness of that which is one.

Hence there is nothing to heal but the sick belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, which is done by connecting with the empty breath in the second before the brain fabricate a conscious experience of us, as if we are somebody in a world where there seems to be more than one.

This does not mean, that the empty breath is the formlessness of that which is one, as it takes more than one to be anything, but that it metaphorically speaking is the door to that which is one, where there is no being, awareness or anything else that requires more than one.

The brain deceives you to fence off the bliss of the empty breath

When the brain every now and then screens out what you see, so you do not get seasick from the movement of your eyes, it fills the gaps based on past memories. But as they most often have been heavily edited, the story fabricated by the brain to fill in the gaps may clash with the story of the present, so that the discrepancy makes you feel, that something is wrong in you or the world. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

You are literally blind at least two hours a day
You are probably not aware, that every now and then throughout the day you are literally blind, because the brain screens out what you see, so you do not get seasick from the eyes are moving around. The reason you do not notice being blind two hours a day is that the brain hides it by filling the gaps with visual impressions of what it predicts to happen.

Not you but the brain is in charge
In the first episodes of a new TV show there are hints pointing to the forthcoming ones, and as the brain thrives from envisaging what is going to happen next, it is trapped into anticipating the future of the characters and thus enchanted by its own predictions into a state of amusement.

The writers of Game of Thrones try to hook you up and fence of the bliss of the empty breath

The writers of ´Game of Thrones´ want us to bond emotionally with the characters, so that we feel attracted to them, as if they are real and not just a fantasy. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

But the future of the characters does not turn out as predicted by the brain, because the writers of the show do not comply with their own hints, when writing the next episodes. Thus the fate of the characters becomes a mystery, that the brain hopes to unravel in the following episodes, wherefore it compels you to stick with the show until the very end. In other words, it is not you but the brain that is in charge.

But as the predictions fabricated by the brain to fill the gaps of blindness basically are a remix of memories, that have been adjusted every time recalled in order to boost the story of you as the good one fighting the bad ones, it may not match the story others have of the same moments.

In case the brain does not receive enough data from the eyes to produce the image you expect to see, it draws on your past experiences to fabricate what it predicts that you want to see.

Consequently, you conclude, something is wrong in your story or in that of others, wherefore you start trying to correct what is judged to be wrong.

Most likely you do not read this article, but what your brain predicts you want to read.

There is nobody in the bliss of the empty breath

There is nobody to find in the story of your life as someone definitive because it is pure fiction. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The more you seem to be successful in this, the more you believe, that the story can be shaped in such a way, that it comes out with a better version of you. Yet no matter how it is changed, the story remains a fantasy, and so is the idea that it has an author.

Just like within the context of a world where there seems to be more than one, a dream does not have an author or anything in it, neither the dreamer, nor it is in the dreamer or anywhere else. It is a deception made to look as if nothing is something.

The world is not something we see but a construction of thoughts arranged by the brain in accordance with its translation of the signals it seems to receive from the eyes. The same applies to what we believe to hear, feel, smell and taste. More about this in the article All experiences are equally unreal.

Fortunately the brain is not capable of translating the empty breath, so when connected with that and thus in its indifference, we are not deceived by the construction of thoughts produced by the brain to make us believe we are somebody limited by time and space.

In the bliss of the empty breath the belief in duality is undone

In a state of not-knowing it is not possible for the brain to establish the usual consciousness of you as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. This does not mean, however, that the consciousness of you as someone definitive is replaced by something better or higher but by no consciousness at all. Thus there is nobody to be conscious about the bliss that comes from not believing to be someone. That is why it is like air walking in air. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

There is no awareness of differences in a state of not-knowing
In a state of not-knowing you are blind in the sense, that there is no conscious experience of you as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Thankfully this is resolved by the empty breath and not the brain, which records the signals it assumes to receive from senses like it always does, but as the connectedness with the empty breath fences off the fabrication of a conscious experience of them, there is no awareness of how the brain categorise the different signals in contrasts of for example good or bad, right or wrong, love or hate, within and without and so on.

Though a world where there seems to be more than one is seen in the usual way when in a state of not-knowing, its apparent differences are not believed to make a difference. Thus there is no experience of being someone definitive and therefore nobody to be happy, sad or anything else.

This does not mean that there are no feelings. but that nobody relate them to them as if they make a difference.

Consequently, the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one, therefore, cannot be judged to make a difference, wherefore there is nothing special to love or hate and thus nothing specific to worry about.

The bliss of the empty breath is the bliss of nothing

When the body, that you appear to be living in, again and again drops something, you could be defined to be clumsy. If you believe this and feel guilty about it, you may want to change it.

But as every effort to improve yourself is based on the belief, that there is something wrong with you, your efforts are not changing this belief but enhancing it. This, however, you secretly accept, because even though you do not like to be defined as clumsy, it is preferable to not being defined, as that means you are nobody.

Yet being nobody, there is not somebody to be clumsy or something else. There is just emptiness, and that is pure bliss.

The bliss of the empty breath is not the end station

A state of not-knowing is not the end station, but a way to see that there is no end and that everything appearing to have an end is an illusion, as there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

There is no more than that which is one
Be aware, that the connectedness with the empty breath is not similar to being connected with that which is one, since the latter is not possible, as it takes more than one to be connected with something.

The connectedness with the indifference of the empty breath is simply a way to overlook the apparent differences fabricated by the brain so that they are not judged to make a difference, and a world where there seems to be more than one, therefore, does not appear to establish the belief in separation.

In the sense that no thinking is needed, following the flow of the empty breath is no different from following the flow of the genitals. The result of the latter though is the enhancement of the belief in being someone definitive instead of undoing it.

This is not to say though, that sex should be avoided (see Holding back to not ejaculate is just another physical manifestation – but without the physical thrill of it), because the exclusion of sex or anything else adds to the definition of you as someone definitive. In orgasm, however, can be used to ignite a take-off to the empty breath. That is, if you do not hold back, but are nothing else than the orgasm.

But despite the connectedness with the indifference of the empty breath, therefore, undoes the belief in separation, it is also enhancing it, because it requires more than one to connect with something.

The problems, you seem to have, do not come from the world where you believe to be, but from the belief that you are someone there. Hence the solution to all problems is the same, namely the undoing of that belief.

The same applies to let go of the connectedness with the empty breath or whatnot, so to not enhance the belief in separation but having it undone, you do not choose to connect with the empty breath or something at all, which means you are connected with nothing and thus in the flow of the empty breath.

One who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one is as alone as can be. Well, everybody is, even though they try to cover it with a full calendar and whatnot. The enlightened though has nothing to cover, because there is no ´I´ with a need to appear as if it is together with somebody special or part of something greater.

Yet the enlightened is superb in regards to relating to others because relating – just like anything else in a world where there seems to be more than one – is perceived as a symbol of oneness. In that sense, all relations are the same. Consequently the enlightened has no need to be involved in a specific relation and therefore can tune into the needs of any relation and be its missing piece.

But there is no urge to make any relation last, neither is there any fear of its end, which is bound to come – especially as the reason for others to be in a relationship is to be part of something special, so they expect to be missed, and the enlightened never miss anything.

A journey without distance
When persons seem to leave the enlightened, he/she does not perceive it as being left – just like the sun is not gone, when it seems to go away at night. It is in the same place, whether it appears to go up or down. It is the earth, that is moving.

The enlightened knows, that if others are experienced to leave, it only seems so because the enlightened itself is moving – or rather imagine to move because the enlightened is not in a world where there seems to be more than one. What is real cannot be in an illusion – just like within a world where there seems to be more than one it is not possible for a person to be in the virtual world of a video game. Yet it is possible to imagine being there.

To imagine something does not make it real though, so if others seem to leave the enlightened because he/she imagine moving in the world, nothing has changed. Just like nobody is leaving you in a dream and you are not going anywhere, because all the time you are in your bed. Likewise, that which is one is still the same and will always be, regardless of what seems to happen in a world where there seems to be more than one. In other words, one who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one is on a journey without distance.

Being on a journey without distance requires the unenlightened to think so he/she can figure out what to do and where to go. The enlightened, however, does not need to think, because nothing is needed on that a journey, as that which is one is formless and therefore endless, so there is no nowhere to go since that requires more than one.

When contrasts meet they cancel each other out, so if you for example do not exclude negativity in order to experience positivity, you would not be able to judge something as positive. In other words, when all contrasts are included, you would not even be able to experience yourself as someone definitive. You would be that which you always have been and always will be, namely the formlessness of that which is one, which cannot be experienced as there are no contrasts in that which is formless.

In the milliseconds after the big bang two different worlds were about to evolve, one of matter (the one we believe to see) and one of antimatter. Matter and antimatter, however, cannot coexist. When they meet an incredible amount of energy is released, and they both disappear in one big flash

Antimatter, therefore, had to be excluded in order for matter to be experienced as a tangible universe defined by time and space. This does not mean though that antimatter disappeared. As the world is in the eye of the beholder, antimatter only needed to be excluded from there. That is why science cannot find it, although it according to their observations of the universe must be there.

Death defines the condition of life in a world of duality.

As a world of duality only can be seen through contrasts and as the beholder have to exclude one side of it in order to experience the other – the experience of beauty, for example, requires its contrast ugliness to be excluded – what happened in the milliseconds after the big bang is repeated again and again.

So if the beholder does not exclude one of the two parts of a contrast but include them both – for example positivity and negativity – they will just like the contrast of matter and antimatter cancel each other out.

The meeting of contrasts has been avoided since the beginning of duality in order to make it appear as if it duality and not non-duality is real, so if you do not want the belief in this illusion to hide that which is real, you simply include both sides of a contrast in order for them to meet and in one big flash undo the appearance of separation.

In other words, when all contrasts are included, the beholder, including the world of duality that it beholds, is cancelled out in one big flash. This is what is called the enlightenment of that which is one* in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings.

More, faster and cheaper is the common mantra. And to make it work the formlessness of non-duality is replaced with a world of duality, that is imagined in contrasts of more and less, fast and slow, cheap and expensive and so on.

Most, however, do not want to be cancelled out. On the contrary, they always are looking for the next big thing, that can to make them more happy and perfect as someone special and unique. Yet happiness cannot be felt without its contrast sadness and there is no perfection without imperfection. It is just not possible to know that you are experiencing a specific feeling or state of mind without knowing its contrast, which is only possible when you believe to be someone in a world of duality.

All experiences are deceptive – also the experience of dimension. Reality is more flat than this image, because it is the formlessness of that which is one and formlessness is sizeless. Besides it takes more than one to experience something and as formlessness is endless, there is no more than that which is one. But as non-duality is no different from that which is one and as duality requires more than one, it is an illusion. Should you choose to have this exposed and thus the belief in duality is undone, cancelling out contrasts by being inclusive is a way to go, but there are also other ways. It is NOT about making a difference

Those who are gathering in groups of nationalism, capitalism, socialism or any other kind of ism tend to manifest their specific group by eliminating everything that is not in line with its ideas.

Those believing in specific philosophical, political or religious ideas often despise those thinking differently from themselves, and consider them to be enemies, who must to converted to the right way in order to get rid of evil. Basically though it is just a way of hiding their own feeling of inferiority.

An ism starts by dividing the world into right and wrong, and then exclude everything judged to be wrong from the group of people belonging to the ism by projecting it onto other groups, who are not only seen as wrong but also evil, as it is often experienced to be a fight between good and evil.

When the fight is over, the winning part will claim to be the good people, who have turned the world into a better place by doing the right thing – or rather have turned their part of the world into the best place by projecting their hate onto everything that appears different from them.

Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, however, is not a new ism, where you have to change or get rid of something bad in order to make the world better. There is no goal, but to undo the belief that the apparent differences in the world make a difference because then there is nothing to define you as someone definitive

This should not be understood as it does not make a difference whether you have enough money or not if there is gasoline in your car or not, you are beaten up or not and so on. But that it does not make a difference how this seems to make feel when you do not believe to be someone definitive.

You cannot go wrong if you are inclusive, because that is included
When Henry Ford invented a faster vehicle than a horse-driving carriage, it was not just an improvement of this kind of transportation. He surpassed it and invented a new way of transportation.

The slow way of meditation is comparable to a horse-driving carriage and Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings to the much faster automobile. Mostly because meditation and other exotic ideas from ancient times generally are based on the idea, that the exclusion of something bad will result in something good, which is a contradiction to life because it is not exclusive but inclusive.

That being said, if you prefer to go the slow way of meditation, by all means, go for it. Time is make-believe and so is exclusion, because there is no more than one perpetual present.

Unfortunately, though meditation and most other so-called spiritual practices are set up in a way so that you cannot help doing something wrong and therefore causing it to not to work. But implementing Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings you can never fail.

In the context of this article, Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are about undoing the belief in linear time and separation by including the past as well as the future, good as well as evil and the person next to you, as if it is you. In order to do this you do not need to change the world or what you appear to, but to include your perception of it undiminished and unedited. If you somehow mess it up, you just include your failure. And if you forget that, you include it when you remember it – or simply include your forgetfulness and/or imperfection.

In other words, inclusiveness is not about perfection, but including your shortcomings. Yet you do not have to be inclusive at a specific time in a specific place with special people. Should there be something you are not willing to include, you include your unwillingness. You just cannot go wrong by being inclusive, not even if you forget it most of the time, because if so you include that as well*.

Inclusiveness starts by experiencing the apparent differences of the world – otherwise there would be nothing to include. To experience something to be good for example, you must exclude its opposite, bad, so that the excluded provides the background for what you want to experience – just like you exclude the white background that contrasts these black letters in order to read this article.

To experience positivity, negativity must be excluded. If both are included they annihilate each other in just one flash. The more both sides of contrasts are included, the less there is to define a world of time and space. Eventually, there is nothing to hide that there never has been anything else than the formlessness of oneness. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Next, you include what you excluded. In the context of reading this article, you include the white background of the black letters, so that you are left with nothing to focus on and therefore no article to read. In other words, by including the excluded, the apparent difference between the opposite sides of a contrast does not make a difference. They cancel each other out, so there is nothing to experience, neither an experiencer. That is of course if you go all the way and in the context of this example totally include the white background of the black letters.

Try to completely include these letters and you will start to defocus, because the complete inclusion of a one side of a contrast automatically includes the other side, as they are two sides of the same coin. Hence the more you include, the less there is to focus o. When there is not something to focus on nothing hides that which cannot be focused on, namely the formlessness of oneness.

Most likely you do not go all the way at once. No worries. It does not important how much time it seems to take. Time is an illusion. Besides, it is not about perfection. You do not even have to figure out both sides of a contrast in order to completely include it. You can just include the part of the contrast, you are aware of. If these black letters, for example, are completely included, their contrast – whether you are aware of it or not – is also included, because without it you cannot see the black letters.

So the more the black letters are included, the more they blur out, and the more it becomes impossible to focus on their distinctive features and therefore to project meaning onto them. The same applies to include the feeling of pain and whatnot.

You cannot experience more without excluding of what you do not want to experience, so the choice between separation and oneness is a question of more or not.

When something loses its distinctive features, it does not differ from other appearances anymore. Hence there is nothing to acknowledge the belief in separation, and suffering, which is caused by this belief, fades out. This does not mean, however, that the appearance of you as someone definitive also fades out. It probably remains just the same.

No pain no gain, only applies if you want to be and have more than that which is you.

No gain without pain means that you cannot be or have more than that which is one without pain, because without it, you do not feel to exists as someone definitive.

But it means that pain, for example, does not have to be replaced by relief, because you do not perceive this contrast to be separated in two. Thus there is no relief to wait for and therefore no problem to solve or something to search for. In other words, whatever problem you seem to have, it contains the resolution.

Most do not feel anything fully, as it is more important for them to be in control. That is why they do not know what devotion is, because it is to go all the way – and doing so you lose yourself, or rather what you believed to be.

You just devote yourself so much to a problem, that there is nothing but that because without a contrast it cannot be experienced as if it is there. For this to work, however, it is a prerequisite, that you do not look for problems or solutions to define you as someone definitive – or pain to magically disappears, as it is not the pain but the definition of it as something specific that disappears, so that there is not something to cause suffering.

When the belief in being someone definitive is completely undone, whatever you believed to be is no more and never was, because formlessness is endless and therefore everything, so all there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The transition from believing to be someone definitive to having this belief completely undone is very abrupt, but this you do not know, because the belief in being someone definitive is undone, so whatever you believed to be does not hide that there never was, is or will be no more than the formlessness of that which is one, as formlessness is endless and therefore everything.

This is not a way to experience the formlessness of oneness. There is no such way. It cannot be experienced, as it takes more than one to experience something. But it is a way to experience, that there is no more than that which is one, because that is what you experience, when indifferent to the apparent differences of a world where there seems to be more than one.

Willingness to not exclude but include undoes the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one

The more inclusive you are, the less the apparent difference between inside and outside appears to make a difference. Consequently, there is no experience of a world outside of you – neither inside, as without an outside, there is no inside. In other words, when not excluding thoughts and feelings by justifying them with a world perceived to be outside of you, the fantasy of being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is over. This does not mean that it is replaced by that which is one because there never was and never will be more than that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When we believe to be somebody special in a world where there seems to be more than one, we must constantly tell stories where we as the key figure make everything right, or refer to stories of others that reflect on ourselves as someone special, so that we appear to make a difference and therefore can confirm the belief that we are someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

The complete inclusion of feelings cancels out the sense of within and without, so that there is not something appearing to hide, there is nothing but the formlessness of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The need to compose and communicate stories with you as someone definitive in an external world will fade out, the more there is willingness to not exclude but include the thoughts and feelings popping up, as the less there is an experience of an external world. Neither internal, since without an outside, there is no inside. Thus inclusiveness undoes the belief, that there is more than the formlessness of that which is one.

But if there is no need to be someone at all, there is no urge to share stories with somebody appearing to be in a physical, astral or online world. And so the story that cannot be told, since it is a state of not-knowing, is all that remains. Trying to manifest yourself as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, is like trying to be someone in a dream. It is not possible, because there is nothing there. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The conclusion of this is not, that you must stop telling stories about your latest achievements or those you hope to come if you want the bliss of being in a state of not-knowing. Alexius´ hacks to undo the belief in being someone definitive are not about stopping or avoiding anything, since that involves exclusion and thus enhances the belief in being someone definitive. Neither are they about transforming sex or something else but including everything as it appears to be, as that leaves nothing to define you as someone definitive.

So you can go on telling stories of you as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one – not anymore though with the intent of confirming the apparent separation of you and others, but of including those who appear in the stories. This has nothing to do with embracing them, since that enhances the belief in you as someone definitive, whereas inclusion exposes both the appearance of you and others as but empty space.

In most cases, however, we are not willing to include everything, as this leaves nothing to define us. We do not want to be nobody, so we persist in being somebody by excluding whatever it takes to make a difference for our kids, pets, work associates or somebody else in a world where there seems to be more than one.

No worries. If you acknowledge, that you are not willing to include everything, you are including the moment as it is, and thus entering the road of inclusiveness. See also Unwillingness is not different from willingness when included.

All the troubles and worries, that seem to come our way, are the illusions we have chosen to make up our road of inclusiveness, so welcome them by being willing to include them.

On the road of inclusiveness all sharing, communication and whatnot are something you pretend to do for or with others* because there is nothing outside of you, that is not you. You are alone together** in a fantasy world where you seem to be separated from the formlessness of that which is one in a world where there seems to be more than one.

You may at first feel very sad when you start realising, that you are not someone definitive. But when fully realised, you do not care – or rather there is nobody to care. That is the peace of oneness. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Yet, you are not alone. It is not possible, as that requires more than one and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. And this is why it is so peaceful not trying to be and have more than that which is one. At first thought it may not seem so, because when you do not believe, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, there is nothing to hope for, which seems very depressing until you realise, that without hope there is nothing to fear – and so there is peace.***

If you want to have the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one undone, it does not matter whether you appear to have positive or negative thoughts, feelings of love, hate and whatnot, as long as they are not excluded by justifying them with a world experienced to be external.

Be aware, that the above is not meant to be the ultimate explanation about a world where there seems to be more than one, neither is it meant to be correct, because nothing can explain why you believe to be someone definitive in a such a world, since that is not possible, as that which is you are no different from the formlessness of that which is one and it takes more than one to believe, you are someone definitive.****

Nor are any explanations or descriptions in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings of that which is one correct, because that which is one cannot be explained or described, as that requires more than one.

For the same reason, it is not possible to replace the belief in being someone definitive with pretending to be that, as often suggested in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings.* But since you think you are reading this, you believe to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, and so replacing that belief with the belief that you just pretend to be someone there is useful in undoing it, because what and where you pretend to be, you are not.

Using Alexius duality hacks is not like using hacks to expand the mind – for example nootropics and LSD. They do not expand anything, neither do they improve the body or something else. Instead they undo the belief, that you are someone definitive in a body, whether that appears to be in a mundane or astral world.

In other words, you can keep your name and the clothes the body wears. And you do not need to become vegan or stop being it, as everything in a world where there seems to be more than one is equally illusionary. The hacks use whatever illusion, you seem to be involved in to undo it.

All the other hacks in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings (see the table of contents), except the enlightenment of that which is one, are no different from hacking the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one by not being exclusive but inclusive (hack #3). They all transfer you to a state of not-knowing from where the apparent differences in the world are not perceived to make a difference, so there does not appear to be more than one.

Nobody in a world where there seems to be more than one is walking around in a continuous state of not-knowing. To remain in the world – whether in a mundane or so-called spiritual way – you must constantly confirm that every one make a difference. And as that is not confirmed in a state of not-knowing, it will be on and off, until you are not willing to confirm, there is more than one. In that case, however, there is no more to state to be in, as it takes more than one to be in any kind of state

Hence there is nothing to hide that which always is, since it is formless and therefore endless, namely that which is one.

Yet you cannot remain in this state – also called a perfect moment in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings – very long, because to appear as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, you must constantly confirm its apparent differences to make a difference. Hence a perfect moment is on and off until you are not willing to perceive the apparent differences to make a difference. Yet just a split second of it makes the time off much lighter.

This does not mean, however, that this will make you stay in a state of not-knowing, as when you for a shorter time – about 20 minutes, 45 minutes at the most – do not perceive differences to make a difference, there is no memory of a world where there seems to be more than one, and as it takes more than one to be in any kind of state, there is no state to be in.

Your existence as someone special is make-believe, which you try to make real with a list of made-up problems – like not being rich enough, pretty enough, young enough, clever enough and spiritual enough – so there always is something to fix.

That is, until you do not try to exclude what you judge to be wrong by blaming others for it but completely include it, so that there are no appearances to define you as someone definitive, and hence nothing appears to hide the formlessness of oneness.

For the same reason there is not someone to be and hence no consciousness to hide, there never was and never will be more than that which is one. Until then, let the memories of perfect moments remind you, that although you seem to be separated from that which is one, this separation is make-belief and using Alexius´ hacks it will be undone.

Feeling relaxed as well as irritated is to forget to appear as someone definitive in a world of duality because the inclusion of both feelings cancels them out. Once upon a time, Alexius was into excluding irritation, assuming it would be replaced by relaxation if he could justify the feeling of irritation with somebody or something in the world outside of him.

It is actually Alexius who in third person writes this article. This is not to say, that we are one in the spirit. There is no spirituality in a world defined by time and space, as spirituality is formless and therefore endless, so we and everything else definable – included astral worlds and whatnot – are an illusion.

But as we are equally illusionary (see the article We are in it together), we are in that sense at one. And as there is no illusion without reality, namely spirituality, we are also one in the sense, that no matter what we appear to be, we are all symbols of spirituality.*

Consequently the apparent difference between the non-teacher and non student makes no difference.

But it was quite stressing always to be on the lookout for something, that he could blame for his irritation so that it seemed to come from somebody or something else instead. See also the article Every moment is the perfect moment – also for dying in the rainforest about his experiences of this when he was rescued by a helicopter after being stuck for two days without food and water in the rainforest.

If you do not keep the opposite sides of a contrast – for example winner and looser – away from each other by projecting one of them onto somebody else, there is no space to separate them, and so nobody can be defined as winner or looser.

Fortunately, he recognised, that it is much more comforting to include irritation, which it is when feeling it to such an extent, that there is nothing else. This does not need to be carried out when irritation arises, but whenever there is an awareness of it, for it is never too late including the past in the present.

When you are nothing but irritated, there is not something to contrast it. Hence the included cannot be categorised and consequently not experienced as something in existence, neither can its contrast that otherwise would be labelled relaxation. Put in short, the apparent difference between the two opposing elements of a contrast is cancelled out when one of them are fully included.

To be fully inclusive does not mean you must take a journey to the past in order to find hidden feelings. They are the foundation for the present, so all that is needed to be fully inclusive is willingness to include the moment as it is.****  Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

To fully include something does not mean, you laboriously have to make sure every bit of it is included, but that the purpose of the inclusion is to be in a state of mind, where you are nothing but what you include. In other words, it is not about perfection but intention. And should your intention be a bit lukewarm, you are still fully inclusive, if you include the lukewarm intention.

This has nothing to do with acceptance or forgiveness, as inclusion leaves nothing to accept or forgive. Neither does it have anything to do with embracing or owning your apparent thoughts and feelings, as that enhances the belief in being someone definitive instead of undoing it.

This does not mean, that every little detail must be included. What matters is that this is your intention. And even if you are not a hundred per cent sincere about that, willingness to be so is good enough.**** See also the article No wrongdoings are possible by using the hacks of Alexius and It is NOT about making a difference.

The colours we believe to see in a world defined by time and space are based on the RYB colour model, where the primary colours are red, yellow and blue. These colours are subtracted from the colours of light, where the primary ones are red green and blue (RGB). The addition of the primary colours of the world (RYB) results in black and so does the addition of the primary colours in the colour wheel of professional printing (CMYK), while the addition of the primary colours of light results in white – see the middle in each colour model above. A computer, by the way, uses the colours of light. Depending on your conditioning you will either use the RYB or RGB model for perceiving the complementary colour to for example red, which is green in the RYB model and cyan in the RGB model, as you can see in the illustration. In some ways, this inclusion can be compared to what happens, when we for example experience the colour red to be in a world outside of us and the brain in the same moment generates its complementary colour cyan inside of us in order to cancel out the opposing colours and replace them by a neutral grey. So while we still experience the bold colour of red in a world outside of us, inside of us it is a neutral grey, as that is always the result of combining complementary colours, which you can see illustrated in the image with the square colours.

As this happens so fast and most is not aware of what is going on inside of them, you may not notice the complementary colour. But if you stare at red for a sustained period of time – roughly thirty seconds to a minute – and then look at a white surface, you will see an afterimage of the complementary colour, which is cyan or green depending on what colour model you are conditioned to follow. The info about colours are based on the research Alexius did in this regard, when he was writing a book about colour theory for a Danish marketing school many years ago.

Returning to our story of not excluding but including irritation, the apparent difference between the opposing sides in the contrast of irritation and relaxation is not perceived to make a difference, when the inclusion of irritation has cancelled out itself as well as its contrast relaxation, or vice versa. And as this state of neutrality or indifference rubs off on other contrasts, they also become neutral and so there is nothing to define you as someone definitive anymore.

´Sentinela´ is the eighth track on this Brazilian CD named the same. It was released in 80s, where Alexius was busy managing his two restaurants and two bars, besides DJ´ing with R&B on the radio and House in the disco – and of course taking care of his two children, who was born then. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Listening to ´Sentinela´ by Milton Nascimento, Alexius is reminded about the first moment, when he appeared to be outside the formlessness of that which is one, and the glorious time that seemed ahead as someone separated from it. But as formlessness is endless, there is nothing else, so the experience of being someone outside of it is make-believe. The same applies to the concept of a future, since formlessness is one perpetual present.

Unfortunately the notion of a future changed the fantasy of having one moment outside the formlessness of oneness into a world defined by time and space, and while you believe to be living in such a world of linear time, this belief appears to hide there is nothing but one perpetual present.

Hence you are in a state of not-knowing, which is no different from the first moment of the world – see the article A perfect moment takes you back to the first moment of duality – where there are glimpses of that which is one in the form of ethereal light, celestial music, intangible sensibility or taste.** In Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings this is also called a perfect moment.

When the internet is down, the thoughts about what is possible to accomplish in cyberspace fade out. And until the internet returns, so does the image of what you appear to be there. See also the article The formlessness of that which is you is not in a world defined by time and space.

In some ways this is similar to a state of not-knowing, where thoughts that seem to manifest you as someone definitive do not pass by anymore, so that there is nobody to attribute any thought with a specific meaning, which means there is nothing to hope for, and that is pure bliss.

Nobody knows this, however, before the state of not-knowing is over, and the sweet memories of it reminds you of the bliss that comes from not believing to be someone definitive.

Since a perfect moment is a state of not-knowing, it is not before it is over, that you via vague memories of it become aware, it is also a state of bliss. This is not the same as the enlightenment of that which is one though because that is not a state. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Since a perfect moment is a state of not-knowing, it is not before it is over, that you from the vague memories of it remember the pure bliss that arose from not believing to be someone definitive or maybe from the otherworldly visions you may have had. Be aware though that the visions you had have had are glimpses of that which is one and not that which is one since that can neither be seen, heard, felt or smelt, as it takes more than one to experience something.

As already said, cancelling out the difference between the opposite sides of one contrast – anyone will do – is enough to carry you into a perfect moment. But since there are many other contrasts, it ends when you again feel disturbed by the experience of something, you compulsive categorise as a specific feeling and out of habit try to exclude by justifying it with the world.

In a perfect moment nothing there are no disturbances, because even though the outer senses still perceive a world full of opposing contrasts, the inner ones do not interpret their apparent difference to make a difference.*** According to them everything is neutral. That is until something is judged to be so wrong or unjust, that it triggers hidden feelings – for example sorrow, anger or anxiety – and you do not include but exclude them by blaming the world for having caused them – or simply doping yourself with food, shopping, music, meditation or pills.

This does mean that you cannot dope yourself with something to become more relaxed. Sometimes the use of traditional or alternative medicine or treatment may bring you in a better position to not exclude but include the horror of feelings.

In the case of Alexius, he finds lots of the suggestions from Dave Asprey, Bulletproof useful in regards to charge the body and its brain. He has no affiliation with Bulletproof though. Neither does he share its goal, which seems to be the usual one of enhancing the personality instead of phasing it out – not knowing that the belief in being someone definitive is the source of all suffering.

If you, however, choose to include the disturbing feeling, for example hate, a perfect moment returns. To include hate is similar to the inclusion of irritation. In other words, the inclusion of something, whether judged to be from the past or the present, is to be nothing but that, so that there is not something to contrast the included and consequently nothing to define it as a specific experience, Hence its contrast – in this case, love – cannot be defined as a specific experience either. Thus there is nothing but the bliss of emptiness.

By not excluding but fully including that you feel like nothing, the contrast of it, namely that you are everything, is also fully included – and so there is nothing to define and therefore to limit you as someone definitive. Thus you are in a state of not-knowing, which is pure bliss.

Instead of cancelling out the apparent difference between the opposite sides of various contrasts by including them one after the other, you can include a main contrast – for example right and wrong – via being nothing but one side of that contrast.*****

Since lots of contrasts are a variation of this one – for example good and bad***** – the apparent difference between the two sides in a myriad of other contrasts will be cancelled out as well. Thus the experience of being someone definitive falls apart, so there is nobody to be bothered about what and where you appear to be. That is a perfect moment.

If the boxes like this one, that pop up here, there and everywhere in this article, seem disturbing in regards to being focused and centred, you have gotten it right. They are meant to do that.

To be in a state of not-knowing, you must stop caring about being centred, in balance or to focus and concentrate, as that is deeply founded in separating everything into categories, which is a way of excluding those feelings you do not like by placing them in mental boxes.

In regards to getting into a state of not-knowing multitasking is much more beneficial, because it distracts the brain from focusing, so that it becomes difficult to categorise an experience as different from another. The nectar of life also facilitates defocussing and therefore a perfect moment, which you can read about in the article Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment.

You should of course not attempt to drive a car or something else that requires worldly attention in a state of not-knowing. But sitting in a bus, for example, is great for that.

An even more basic contrast to include is breathing in and out. The story of that contrast, however, is not part of this article but it is part of hack #4, A state of not-knowing is nothing but bliss. If you quickly want to connect with the empty breath, that syncs the inner and outer senses so that peace from the inner ones makes you indifferent to the world of the outer ones, jump straight to the article Take-offs to ´the empty breath´,.

There is no more connection between the body and the mind than for example between the body and the clothes its wearing.

The empty breath also undoes the belief in a body-mind connection. The mind is mental, so it has no understanding of the body, which it looked at as a place to get rid of mental problems by dumping them in the stomach, the back and the neck, for example.

A state of not-knowing is not an out-of-body experience, neither an experience of uniting higher powers with the body, but a state of empty space. See the article Believing to be in or outside the body is equally insane.

The body is therefore much better off without the interference of the mind – especially as the body is perfectly equipped to heal itself. You can read more about the unfortunate belief in a body-mind connection, that has caused so many psychosomatic disorders, in the next article The first one he absence of noise and silence is a perfect moment or the older ones The mind and the body are two different things, The mind has no sense of the physical reality of a body and To set the body free is to set you free.

If you had not excluded something from your personality by blaming others for it, so you can be defined by what they are and you are not, you would not be upset every time they remind you of what you excluded. No worries. As your experience of the present is shaped by the past, the inclusion of a present experience undoes the past as well, and therefore also the definition of you, so next time somebody remind you of the past, there is nobody to be upset about that.

In case you prefer going straight to a perfect moment without having to deal with contrasts or inner and outer senses, you include what you experience to be in this very moment completely unedited. This is not similar to the concept of living in the now, as that is an edited version of a moment, where specific thoughts and feelings are excluded, for example those of the past and the future.

Any moment is a construction of thoughts founded on the past – also living in the now, as there would be no such concept without the past. But when thoughts are included, they become non definable, and so there is neither past, future or now, but a state of not-knowing, which is a perfect moment. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The way to a perfect moment is simply to include all thoughts and feelings, whether they appear to be positive or negative, are associated with the past or whatnot.

No need to wonder if hidden feelings from the past has been left out, when you include what you appear to be in the present moment, because that is the sum of the past. You do not even have to worry, if everything in the present moment is fully included, as willingness to so is all that is required.****

Anyway, all thoughts and feelings are related to the past in the sense that your experience of the present is based on your past interpretations of them. Simply put, your present state of mind is the sum of the past, or rather one side of it, so by completely including that, there is not something to contrast it, and consequently nothing to define you. Hence you are in a state of not-knowing, which is a perfect moment.

A perfect moment is a disappointment in the sense, that it is not an experience of perfection in the world of the outer senses but the usual affair of imperfection. In the world of the inner senses though it is perfect, because in spite of still appearing to be someone definitive experiencing the world of the outer senses, the inner senses do not identify with this experience, so nothing is perceived to be wrong or missing.

This does not mean, that you do not appear to be someone in a world defined by time and space anymore, but that nobody is worried about the appearance of it. Hence thoughts and feelings are not considered to be tools for manifesting you as someone special but simply for navigating in a world defined by time and space. Pain, for example, is used to stop the body from walking on a broken leg and fear from walking out in front of a car.

You are not turned into a strong and powerful being by a perfect moment. More likely you are gonna be like the grass, that everybody steps on. But unlike a proud and powerful tree that breaks when faced with a heavy storm, you bend and rise again when the storm has gone.

Yet pain does not cause someone to suffer, neither does fear cause anyone to be frightening when there is no identification with what you appear to be. For the same reason, thoughts are not experienced to result in anything specific.

Meditation is not needed to stop thoughts, when nobody is having them.

In other words, thoughts and feelings do not appear to have any effect on you or the world perceived to be outside of you, nor do they appear to have been caused by you or anything else, when they are not excluded but included, as that render them non-definable. This is why, the thought construction you believed to be has fallen apart, and a perfect moment is a state of not-knowing.

Although a perfect moment does not seem to last, every moment is a perfect moment – just like the sun keeps also shines, when it is covered by clouds.

As a perfect moment is a state of not-knowing, it must end if you want to experience the apparent excitement of a world defined by time and space. This state of not-knowing, will not last very long though if the excitement of being someone definitive in a world defined by time and space seems more attractive than the emptiness of not-knowing. If so you probably twist it into an experience of something definable, for example joy or love, so that you again are someone definitive experiencing something specific in a world defined by time and space. Should this be your choice, stand by it, because by doing so you are able to undo it.

Trying to understand inclusiveness and categorise when, why or how long you are in a perfect moment before you either pick up the experience of time and space again or completely leave it behind, you complicate things. To be inclusive is simply to not be exclusive, and as that results in a state of not-knowing, you will not get there through understanding.

Neither will a perfect moment last, if you are not attracted to the apparent excitement of a world defined by time and space, because if the experience of it is not picked up relatively quickly******, there is not something to cover that which cannot be experienced, namely the formlessness of that which is one, and as it takes more than one to be in any kind of state, a perfect moment is over.

Since life is that which is one and it requires more than one to be seen, life is not visible. So the more you are not seen, the more you are alive. As the world is in the eye of the beholder, you are not seen, when you do not perceive the apparent differences of the world to make a difference.

Simply put, as long as you appear to be in a world defined by time and space a perfect moment is on and off. And it is more off than on because if the experience of time and space is not regularly repeated, there does not seem to be something substantial to disguise, that all there is and ever was is the formlessness of that which is one since formlessness has no beginning or end. But just a split second of a perfect moment makes the time off from it much lighter.

Nothing needs to be avoided or made better in order to enter a perfect moment. In fact it is the inclusion of hatred and other feelings, that are avoided by hiding it in your body or projecting it onto others, that makes a moment perfect. In other words, love or a special understanding is not a requirement, but willingness to include the moment as it is more than enough.**** Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Alexius is diagnosed with IBS, so in order not to upset the body specific foods must be excluded from his diet. Nothing though needs to be excluded from his body or the mind in order to enter a perfect moment, so whether the body is upset or the mind is pure makes no difference, as long as what he appears to be is completely included.

Should he try to edit this appearance in favour of a better one, a perfect moment is not fenced off, if he is willing to also include the attempt to control his image.****

Since there is no more than the formlessness of oneness, a world defined by time and space is an illusion – inclusive the article you just have read. If, however, it has facilitated you seeing that you are in a perfect moment which is no different from the first moment of believing to be outside of that which is one.

If you remain there, this moment will also be your last as someone appearing to be outside of that which is one, because the belief, that there is more than that which is one, is undone by a perfect moment.

In a perfect moment, nothing appears to be wrong or missing, because nobody is using labels of time and space to separate us. But as you still appear to be in a world of separation, you will after a while either return to being conscious about it by separating everything into contrasts, or completely forget to be conscious, so there is nothing to hide, there is and never was more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

A NOTE ABOUT ALEXIUS :
As you probably have read in the above article, Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings seems to come from an astral source Alexius calls Gudruång*. They are received as unspeakable frequencies, so in order to pick the appropriate words for translating them into the language of a world defined by time and space, he must have had experiences in such a world, that relates to the messages of them. See also Metaphysical Intro of the Enlightened Non-Teacher.

This does not apply to the enlightenment of that which is one, as that cannot be experienced. His writings about that is rather based on vague memories of when he has stepped aside, so all thoughts making up what he appears to be in a world defined by time and space is extracted by a light so bright that there is not something left to gracefully fall through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one. You can read more about that in hack #4.

According to science the world consists of 99.9999999 percent empty space. The rest, despite it is also empty space and just like a dream consists of nothing substantial, is perceived to be elements of matter making up what we believe to be and see. In other words, the experience of a material world and us as tangible beings in it is make-believe.

In a world defined by time and space, we all are conditioned to confirm its appearances to be substantial and not just empty space. Hence he constantly has to bypass this conditioning, when writing Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings in the same way as he has to bypass the spell checker in a Spanish text editor, if he wants to write something in English to prevent the spellchecker to convert English words into Spanish ones, which may have very little to do with what he is trying to express in English.

In each our own way we hope it is possible to live in a world of like-minded people with whom we can share everything. And though it never works out like that, we are conditioned to keep hoping. Nobody is allowed to truth, namely that loving each other in a merry-go-round world is an illusion. The reason this and other articles have been upgraded – or are in the process of it – could be that in the beginning of translating the frequencies from Gudruång into Enlightened Non-Teachings, Alexius sometimes used words in such a way, that they rather confirmed the belief in a world defined by time and space than facilitated the undoing of it.

Part of this could be that he unconsciously tried to incorporate some of his own ideas from the past. Yet it was probably mostly because often he could not find the appropriate words for translating the frequencies. He had no idea of the scope of them, least of all that they would evolve into actually hacks to undo the belief in duality. He just had the vague memories of the enlightenment of that which is one to count on, and as that is totally wordless, there was no words to be found there. It was also not before in the process of writing Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings that he realised, he had to clearly distinguish between the enlightenment of that which is one and glimpses of it. 

To make long short, though he did not have enough words to choose from, when he started translating the frequencies from Gudruång into Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, the words revealed themselves in the process of translating the frequencies.

The above article was originally a note in the previous one If included, irritation undoes the belief in duality, but when Alexius revised that article the note just grew longer and longer and ended up as a long article. Congratulations if you have made it this far.

The inclusion of a feeling does not mean, that you will never experience this vibration again. Yet you will never experience it as a specific feeling, that has the ability to upset you.

To make long short, the revision of this article took a long time. Several side notes turned into new articles, and in order to write about the inclusion of feelings, Alexius had to spend quite some time going through the horror of recognising forgotten ones in himself.

So you can rest assured, that if heavy memories are triggered in your process of inclusiveness, he has been there too. This of course also applies, if you enter a perfect moment. In fact, in the process of writing this article, he was constantly going in and out of perfect moments in order to find words for being in a state of not-knowing and leaving it in favour for the apparent excitement of a world defined by time and space or the peace from formlessness of that which is one.

If included, irritation undoes the belief in duality

You are bound to feel divided between contrast like right and wrong in a world of duality, and as that which is you is no different from that which is one, it feels irritating to deal with separation. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

You cannot avoid irritation when you believe to be in a world of duality because in order to uphold this belief, you must always choose between contrasts like good and bad, right and wrong and so on. And as this is a confirmation of separation and that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one, choosing feels as if you are disconnected.

The belief in separation entails fear of intimacy, as that undoes separation. The graphic is grabbed from Ello.

When irritation is not excluded by blaming somebody or something else for having caused it, but instead included in the experience of what you appear to be, the belief in separation cannot be upheld.

But the intimacy that this entails seems is scary to most, so they prefer to maintain the belief in separation by justifying feelings as caused by something outside of themselves.

Most do not want to have this exposed, as that will question their belief in being someone definitive separated from the formlessness of that which is one, so they hide the cause of irritation by blaming something judged to be outside of them for upsetting them.

In order to feel good as someone definitive you choose to blame somebody experienced to be outside of you for being bad, so that there wrong appearance justify your feeling of discomfort and hide the denial of that which is you.

In other words, by accusing somebody of being bad, they seem to have caused your irritation and not your denial of that which is you. But as that again involves choosing, it upholds the belief in separation, which is the cause of irritation, so even though you seem to have proved others to be bad and you to be good, and therefore should be happy, that is not how you feel.

Most believe that it will make you feel good, when what they think is wrong has been made right. But the problem is not good versus bad, but that you have to choose between them, because that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one. In other words, you are not made to choose, as that requires more than one. In a world of duality though choice cannot be avoided. Yet you can choose not to choose. Most believe that they will feel good when something has been made right. The problem though is not good versus bad, but that you feel disconnected when choosing between the opposites of a contrast, because that which is you is no different from that which is one, and it requires more than one to choose. Irritation is enhanced every time it is justified, because blaming somebody or something else for how you feel is only possible when you believe in separation, which is the cause of irritation.

Nevertheless, you keep on hoping that this underlying feeling of discomfort will go away when something judged to be wrong has been fixed. So you compulsively look for something to make better, but as that enhances the belief in separation so is the feeling of irritation.

There would not be nothing to make better, if you did not believe in separation. This belief is therefore enhanced every time you think about helping somebody or improving something.

No worries. Irritation is simply a warning sign saying, you cannot go down this road, because it takes more than one to feel something and you are that which is one. So if irritation is not excluded by being justified as caused by others but instead included as it is experienced by you*, it disappears, as without exclusion there is no separation.

This does not necessarily mean, your appearance as someone definitive in a world of duality is over, but that the belief to be someone definitive is replaced by pretending to be it. When that is over, and as what you pretend to be you are not, nobody returns to the formlessness of that which is one. Since it takes more than one to exist, this is a ´return´ to non-existence.

Even though inclusiveness, as described in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings in some ways, may be similar to the Jungian idea of integrating the shadow side of the personality, it is not an attempt to be whole, spiritual or being anything at all, as to be something requires more than one.

Neither is inclusiveness about owning your flaws since that is a confirmation of being someone definitive. Nor is it the same as accepting the unknown dark side of the personality, as that is to accept exclusion and therefore the imprisonment of separation, whereas inclusion leaves nothing to accept, which is freedom.

Inclusiveness, as described in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, is simply about undoing the belief in being someone at all.

To feel something you must exclude the formlessness of that which is you, as you can only feel something when it is contrasted by something judged to be different from it, and nothing differs from each other in the formlessness of that which is you.

While you believe to be in a world of duality, however, you do not have to hesitate to ask your neighbours to be more quiet, if they are experienced to disturb you. By all means, go ahead and blame them, but be grateful also that they have made you aware, how irritating it is to judge them to be something you are not and therefore as separated from you. This gratefulness will set you free to follow the flow, that slowly but surely undoes the belief in separation.

Going with the flow you do not try to exclude the feeling of irritation by projecting it onto somebody or something else – a back that hurts, for example – but instead include it completely undiminished and unedited in all its horror, which it is when you are nothing but irritated. When there is no other feeling than irritation, there is not something to contrast it, which means it cannot be experienced as something specific, and so the belief in separation cannot be upheld.

It is not only feeling irritated, which is your salvation when included. This applies to any feeling, whether so-called positive or negative. If you go all the way and fully experience a feeling – no matter it seems to relate to the past or the present – you will be so merged with it, that there is nothing to contrast it, which means it cannot be experienced and therefore return to the nothingness from where it came. What is said in the above about irritation also applies to other so-called negative feelings – rejection, anger and inferiority, for instance – that you normally try to exclude by justifying them as caused by your boss or somebody else. It also applies to so-called good feelings, if they are justified by being caused by somebody*. When you, for example, assume a feeling of love is caused by your spouse, it has been excluded and not included, so that separation is experienced as real and oneness as false.

Not to believe somebody or something is in need of fixing is to not believe that you are someone definitive. Hence there is no belief hiding that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one, which means there is nothing to choose and therefore nothing to cause irritation.

To make long short, if you want to have the belief in separation undone, it makes no difference what you seem to feel while believing to be someone definitive. That is if you do not exclude what you experience to feel by compulsively justifying it as caused by somebody or something, but include it totally undiminished and unedited, which is done by being nothing but what you experience to feel.

The belief in separation can also be undone by simply perceiving everything in a world of duality as symbols of non-duality. Exclusion is necessary to perceive such a world, but when perceiving it to be a symbol of non-duality, the separation it seems to cause is just another symbol of non-duality. Applying hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation is also gonna undo the belief separation.

It does not matter which one of these hacks that you use or if they are mixed. It all boils down to acknowledging, that just like in a dream you do not know what and where you are.

Without contrasts a world where there seems to be more than one cannot be experienced. APPENDIX:
As it takes more than one to include something, and there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless, it is of course just as illusionary to be inclusive as it is to be exclusive. But contrary to exclusiveness, which enhances the belief in separation, inclusiveness undoes it.

When not being exclusive but inclusive there is no need to hide unpleasant feelings, since they are cancelled out when included. Thus you are free to hate somebody as much as like or love your cat with all what you have.

That being said, by excluding what you judge not to be special you can enjoy appearing to be special and still having the belief in being someone at all undone, if you include what you exclude (see Duality Hack #3) or perceive the excluded as a symbol of that which is one (see Duality Hack #2) or you pretend to be special (see Duality Hack #1).

This does not mean, however, that the duality hacks will transform you into the formlessness of that which is one because whether you appear to be so-called spiritual or mundane, your appearance is nothing but empty space. The hacks simply replace the belief, that you are someone definitive with the belief that you are a symbol of oneness or the belief that you pretend to be someone you are not, or that you are alone together with a vision of a world where there seems to be more than one (respectively Duality Hack #2, Duality Hack #1 and Duality Hack #8).

Since there is no more than that which is one, because it is formless and therefore endless, a world where there seems to be more than one is make-believe. And as there is no exception from this, the duality hacks in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are also make-believe. Yet they undo the belief, that it is possible to be someone definitive. Hence there is nobody to believe anything.

Though these beliefs are just as illusionary as any other one, they undo them all – including those about transformation, soul, divine consciousness, awakening and whatnot. Hence the belief that you are someone definitive does not seem to hide, there is no more than the formlessness of oneness since formlessness is endless.

To define something is to define nothing

Science states that the world, where we appear to be, consists of 99.9999999 percent empty space. The rest, 0,0000001 percent, is also empty, but is perceived to be matter, although – just like in a dream – there is nothing substantial there. The experience of you as a someone tangible amongst similar ones in a world defined by time and space is simply a fantasy you are having alone together*. Everything you believe to happen in this adventure is inside your own little imaginary bubble of time and space. This includes your interpretation of what you believe to read now**. Science states that the world, we seem to see and feel, consists of 99.9999999 per cent empty space. The rest, despite it is also empty space and just like a dream consists of nothing substantial, is perceived to be elements of matter making up a world defined by time and space. In other words, the experience of a material world and you as someone tangible there separated from other tangible appearances is make-believe. So regardless of the experience of the world is perceived to be direct, spiritual or mundane everything it is an imagination within your own little imaginary capsule of time and space. The specific form you appear to be in a world defined by time and space is perceived to move closer or further away from those experienced to be separated from it, or as if they move closer or further away from it in time and space.

Everything experienced is inside your own little imaginary capsule of time and space. That is why the world is in the eye of the beholder, and that you are alone together*.

But as that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one and as formlessness is endless, there is no more than that which is one. In other words, the experience of a world defined by time and space, where you appear to be someone tangible meeting others who seem just as substantial, is a fantasy. You are alone together* in your own imaginary capsule of time and space.

Yet you believe this capsule of time and space is real, and that what you experience there is separated from you.

This you choose to believe, because the one and the only possibility of the formlessness of that which is one, namely everlasting peace, is considered dull compared to the countless possibilities of a world where there seems to be more than one.

As oneness is formless and therefore endless, there is no more than that which is one, so meeting someone is not possible.

But no matter how much more you believe to be and have, you will never be satisfied, because there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one, as what is formless is endless. Neither will it satisfy you to stop looking for more, since it takes more than one to be satisfied.

There is no need for satisfaction though when your state of mind is not justified***, as that makes you non-definable and nobody, therefore, is meeting nobody, which is the only meeting possible.

PART 2:
The formlessness of that which is one seems very restricted when you want more than that which is one. Hence you start to wonder if oneness is all there is. And next, you look outside of it to see if there could be more than one.

Looking for more though is an illusion, regardless you look inside or outside of that which is one because it is formless and therefore has no sides. Besides it requires more than one to look for something and as formlessness is endless and therefore everything, there is no more than that which is one. Nevertheless, you imagine there is a world outside of it, where there is more than one and with you like another one.

In such a place it is experienced as if there is more than one place to go and more than one to meet, but just like a dreamer remains the same in the very same place, while having a dream with different appearances in different places, that which is you remains the formlessness of that which is one, while appearing to be someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Even in a world where there seems to be more than one, it is a well-known secret, that such a world is an illusion because according to scientific research the whole world is empty space. In other words, when you see and feel something tangible it is make-believe.

There is no more than the formlessness of that which is one, so believing that the experience of appearances – whether they appear to be spiritual or material – is real, you are lost in the imagination, that it is possible to be and have more than the formlessness of that which is one.

And you will remain lost, as long as you believe there is a soulmate, god and whatnot to be found, or there is anything to learn except that there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one.

While you are lost in the imagination of being and having more than the formlessness of that which is one, a way to undo the craving for more is to really go for more, because doing so you will realise, that no matter how much more you become or get it does not lasts. And as reality must last in order to be real, you learn that a world where there seems to be more than one is not real.

Knowing that you are relieved because this means – presuming that you are real – you are not there, and so there is nothing to worry about.

If you do not try to find a scapegoat in the world, where you can unload your own negativity, but instead include it as yours, you set the world free and yourself as well, because just like electricity needs the negative pole as much as the positive one, so do you, if you do not want the exclusion of negativity to establish you as a victim of the world and hence a prisoner of it. Inclusion sets you free, but those appearing to be outside of you are set free, because they are not used as scapegoats to store excluded thoughts and feelings.

It is not only by projecting upsetting feelings onto others, that you imprison them. Projecting feelings of love onto others imprison both them and you as well.

Inclusion cancels out the effect of exclusion, which is separation, and without that, the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one cannot survive. In other words, you know that there is nothing to fear because just like in a dream you are not there. It is just make-believe. Knowing this, there is no world to escape.

What you pretend to be, you are not, so if you pretend to be someone in a world based on exclusion, you are not excluded from that which is you, namely that which is pretending to be there.

Those defining themselves as a vegetarian believe it is better for them and/or the world to not eat meat. In other words, to be someone definitive is not a fact but a belief based on what is excluded.

It is not possible to hack this belief by meditation or other techniques supposed to stop or transform something, as such ideas are founded on exclusion, which is what defines you as someone definitive and therefore separated from everything else.

But by being inclusive, there is nothing to define you like someone. You are nobody, and so there are no definitions to hide that which is you, namely the formlessness of one perpetual present.

Be happy each time you notice the same thoughts occurring again and again. It is most likely excluded thoughts that are begging to be included.

To include them is to be them, and to be them is to be confused and not knowing what is going on. In other words not being able to define anything everything is included and thus not separated from the formlessness of oneness.

Every time you believe somebody to be different from you, you exclude them in order for you not to be what you perceive them to be. This belief causes suffering. Yet by not being exclusive but inclusive the belief is easily undone.

In order to have compassion for somebody, they must be judged them to be different from you. Thus compassion is an act of exclusion and therefore to inflict suffering.

Thoughts cannot be stopped, but they can be included. When not excluded they lose the meaning you have projected on them. Hence you are in a state of not-knowing, and so there is nobody to suffer.

But when you know appearing to be a person in a world where there seems to be more than one is not real but make-believe, it is so easy to include the good experiences as well as the bad ones – just like the apparent difference between the happiness of winning and the sadness of loosing in a game makes no difference when not pretending to be in its world.

When you do not perceive differences to make a difference, you can have fun pretending that they do.

It may seem scary to include, that a world where there seems to be more than one is not a fact but a fiction, that can be compared to the world of a movie. Nothing in it is real, since reality is the formlessness of oneness, and formlessness is endless, so there is no more than that which is one.

One way to include what is excluded is to change the word ´you´ with ´I´, so when saying ´you are this and that´ it is replaced with ´I am this and that´. In Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings the apparent difference between non-student and non-teacher makes no difference because there is no mo than that which is one. In other words, Alexius is not just the non-teacher but also the non-student or vice versa. This includes all those appearing neither to be non-teacher or non-student.

Sometimes the fastest way to include feelings is to breathe through them. But as this may seem to cause pain, it may not be the easiest way. That is until the pain is included as well.

No matter how many copies you make of a digital movie, photo or music album and how the copies are used, nothing is missing from the original. It is unchanged. The same applies to that which is one, no matter how much more you appear to be and have in a world, where there seems to be more than one, oneness remains unchanged. It is formless, so there is not something to change – neither is there something that can disappear. Yet it is possible to believe that copied, remixed and extended versions of oneness can hide that there is no more than that which is one.

The more you get, the more the brain rewards your greed by releasing more dopamine and endorphins, so you feel more high on yourself. It never last, however, so you must always look for more – or use the illusion that it is possible to have more to have more and more exposed as empty space, that appears to hide there is no more than that which is one, because you believe, there is something where there is nothing.

To be and have more only seems necessary, because you experience to be someone in a world outside the formlessness of oneness. But as formlessness is endless, there is nothing outside of it, so the experience of being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is make-believe.

When you sense this, you do not believe a world where there seems to be more than one ever had anything to offer – just like you once stopped believing Santa Claus ever brought you any gifts.

That which is one has a built-in safeguard mode, that starts simulating a world where there seems to be more than one, if you believe to be separated from the oneness of that which is you, so you do not have to feel lonesome while having this belief.

The simulation turns off the moment, you stop believing it is possible to exclude or be excluded from that which is one.

To exclude a feeling is to not be it and to include it is to be it – and being it, you are not scared of it anymore.

To include a feeling is not to understand it but to be it, which is done by fully expressing it to those, you are assuming to have caused it. Not physically speaking though because it is your mind that you are accusing somebody else of having caused your feeling, so you express it there.

Do not be ashamed if you burst out in anger. Exposing feelings without shame is to include them. Should you feel ashamed, do not try to stop it, but include it … and if you cannot help trying to stop it, you include you hold back.

The first step of solving a problem is to locate it, and in the case of believing you are someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, the problem is not in such a world or what you appear to be there – neither inside it.

If it feels humiliating going to prison in a game like Monopoly, the problem is not in the world of the game but in the mind of the player, where it is easy to correct, since there is no jail. The problem is make-believe, and that applies to any problem in a world where there seems to be more than one as well. That is why it must be solved where make-believe is fabricated.

Not knowing what and where you are is the fastest shortcut to turn off the simulation of a world where there seems to be more than one.

Another shortcut is to defocus*, as without focus the apparent differences of such a world cannot be experienced and thus neither separation.
