To be is to be entertained [draft]

When the brain supplies you with thoughts of fury, and you give it your best shot to perceive yourself as angry, you cannot help but feel happy. The same applies to any other so-called negative feeling. That is as long as you do not justify it with the world because doing so, you distance yourself from it and therefore also the joy of exploring it. Hence you do not feel happy but lost. The goal of the duality hacks is not to prolong life. It is not possible. Life has no end. The purpose, therefore, is to undo the belief that you are someone with a beginning and end. It is also to make that believe enjoyable while in the process of having it undone.

As this belief is based on the experiences produced by the brain, it is not by opposing the brain but by supporting it, that you feel good. You back up the brain and its experiences by perceiving every one of them as it is what it is and not as it ought to be. Doing that, the brain rewards you with shots of happiness. Hence any kind of experience feels good.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Whether somebody wants to be transformed, live in the moment, get a new car, spouse or whatnot, it is all about entertainment. This you can always count on the brain to deliver, regardless you like it to appear as a dreamy, physical or spiritual experience. All you need to be entertained is to perceive the experience as it is what it is and not as I know what it is.

Actually, the brain automatically makes a perception which says, it is what it is. That is if you do not oppose it by making a perception that claims I know what it is. In the case of the latter, you will not feel entertained by the experience created by the brain because it will not live up to your expectation. Instead of acknowledging that you are wrong, you probably try to change the ways of the brain via meditation or something else that makes you appear to be in control.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Maybe you are on a quest for what you imagine to be the real the purpose of your life. Searching for it, however, you will never find it because then you are not amused, and the only meaning of experiencing to be someone is to be entertained.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Since it is very lonesome to perceive itself as disconnected from the brain, the special self always tries to make itself feel as if it is part of something bigger. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The brain is the sole director of a dream. What is believed to be you in or outside of it have no say in its course, except how to perceive it.

If this perception confirms that you are someone in the world of the dream, it feels as if it is real. But if what and where you experience to be is perceived to be a dream, it is felt to be a fantasy. Just like the thoughts and feelings during a movie, usually, do not ratify the world in it as real but an illusion meant to entertain you.

The same applies to the experience of what and where you appear to be when you believe to be awake. Every experience is fabricated by the brain. You have no say in that matter except how to perceive it and, therefore, how you will feel about it.

If your perception results in feeling entertained, it is in sync with the experience as it is produced by the brain, but if it results in feeling unjust, for example, the perception is out of sync because the brain never makes a personal experience. Just like a self-driving car managed by The Cloud never gets a private message.

Not perceiving an experience to be personal, thoughts and feelings regarding it are momentary. Thus it is just as entertaining to experience sorrow as joy. But when an experience is perceived to be personal, thoughts and feelings regarding it keep coming and the experience seems to drag on, if not externally then internally, until you feel so depressed that you meditate or do something else to disassociate you from that.

In the case of the latter, you are the special self, and in the former case, the basic self, which contrary to the special one is just one second away from the nothingness of bliss. Read more about that here.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

To come back to the basic self appears to be the goal of many gurus. They seem to think, it is without ego and therefore living in the now, coming from the heart and whatnot. They are right in the assumption that it is without ego because the basic self does not pretend to have its own thoughts. But it does not know about living in the now or anywhere else but in the brain. Consequently, it does it come from anywhere but the brain. Just like a self-driving car come from by The Cloud, no matter what and where it appears to be.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Some confuse the basic self for being enlightened, but since the experience of being someone is a fabrication of the brain and the enlightenment of that which is one erases that experience, you cannot be someone who is enlightened. You can think so, but then you are not the basic but special self.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

For the special self, it is always about becoming better and bigger. Also, when it disguised as a do-gooder sends love and healing to someone judged to have less than itself because that shows the special self has more than the other one. Read more about that here. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen

The special self always tries to find something that gives it lasting happiness. But that is not possible. In a world of duality, everything comes in pairs. You cannot have one without the other. Without sadness, you will not know when you are happy, for example.

Fortunately, sadness feels just as entertaining as happiness when your perception is in sync with the script of the brain. Hence there is no need for happiness to last for the basic self.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When you do not want anything, in particular, you do not need to fabricate a perception of someone who has something special. Thus your perception remains in sync with the script of the brain. And as its purpose is to entertain you, you feel entertained no matter what you get.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Whether you appear to be the basic or special self, the thoughts making up the experiences you seem to have are the same because they are not made by what you believe to be but the brain. The basic self perceives any thought as it is what it is, whereas the special self perceives all thoughts in such a way that they appear to hide something. It is, therefore, turned off by thoughts and not amused by every one of them like the basic self.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

If the special self has to wait for something, it starts to think about what it could have done to prevent it, because that enhances its perception of being in control. But as the basic self has no need to perceive it is in charge, it perceives the waiting time as it is what it is.

Hence it does get stressed but rest assured that the rest of the day will be just as entertaining.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The basic self does not need to make up a perception which seems to alter or transform the script of the brain into something that it appears to have made. Unlike the special self, it has no need to create, modify or change anything. Thus it perceives the script as it is what it is. And though it may feel frightened when the script makes it go down, it turns out to be just as thrilling an experience as going up.

Diving deep into the thrill of this, the perception of the basic self often become so abstract that there are moments with nothing but glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one. Click here if you want to learn how to have such glimpses.

The special self, on the other hand, does not feel thrilled by going down but frightened, because it perceives the script in such a way that it is not the brain but itself that is in charge of it, and it has no idea of how to get up again. Nor does it have moments with glimpses of enlightenment, as it is always looking for something bigger and better.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Being on your own makes you feel small, which the special self expects to fix by getting the power it imagines come from riches, going deeper or find something higher, for example.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The more the special self can convince others it that it can make the world better, the more powerful it appears to be, and the less it doubts itself.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Most of all, the special self refrain from being in sync with the script of the brain because it is afraid it would cause feelings that contradict the special perception it has made of itself. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Mindfulness is for those who believe they make their own thoughts and, therefore, can change or slow them down via meditation. But they have not made the thoughts they appear to have. Only the perception that there are too many of them and that they are disturbing. This is not so, however, when no thought is perceived to be yous, but it is what it is.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

If you think your car in a game like Monopoly actually can drive, your perception is out of sync with the script of the play. Consequently, the game does not seem to amuse but frustrate you. Likewise, if you believe that what you appear to in a world of duality is alive.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

One thing that really contributes to the well-being of the basic self is that it perceives everything to happen by itself. Just like in a book, one is reading. Another thing that contributes is that it devotes itself to the present chapter in the book. Not in an attempt to live in the now, though, as it perceives the past and the future chapters of the book to be of similar importance for the story.

Contrary to the special self, who finds many mistakes in the book and thus feel disappointed, the basic self really enjoys it and feels grateful that someone has taken the time to write this adventure where it can participate without worrying of the future because every part of the story has been written for its entertainment.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Being the basic self is like being in intensive care in a hospital, except that you are not sick, and yet somebody is watching out for you. Actually, it is the same for the special self, but contrary to the basic one, it does not enjoy it because it perceives itself as an independent being who can take care of itself. This perception is even more illusionary than believing to be someone because, within this belief, everything experienced is a product of the brain, including the experience of being independent of it.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

It is quite entertaining to imagine something you are not. But believing the imagination is real and that you are a butterfly, for example, the experience becomes depressing. And even though you do not like that, the feeling seems so tangible that it appears to be a fact you are a butterfly. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If the egoistic purpose of the special self is exposed, it will either deny it or say it is sorry and then go on exactly as before.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Every time there seem to be thoughts doubting each other, you can be sure you are out of sync with the script of the brain. Not in the way you act, because you are not free to change that, but in the way you perceive it.

Fortunately, this is easily corrected. Try different perceptions. The one that makes you feel entertained is in sync with the script of the brain. And as it is never too late to change your perception of the past, you can have had the best childhood ever. Read more about that in hack # 1.3 You cannot change the world, but you can change your perception of it.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The basic self does not understand why the special self always wants to be approved. It has no need for that itself because it always backs up an experience made by its maker, the brain, by perceiving it as it is what it is, wherefore the brain in return supports the basic self with shots of happiness.

Hence the basic self does not know that when you do not assist the brain, you have to look for happiness yourself. Nor does it know, that the special self believes it comes from being confirmed as unique and it, therefore, needs to be in relationships where it can lay down it basic rules, namely that everything said and done by others should be an approval of its uniqueness.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The special self basically feels wrong. That is what it wants to hide by building a special image of itself. Appearing to be right, though, is hard work when you actually feel wrong. Denying that you are mistaken requires so much justification and/or displacement activity, that you get stressed.

The straightforward solution to this is to acknowledge, you are mistaken because then you do not need to fight for being right, and so there is no need for doing something to make you look special.

So, be grateful, if you feel somebody makes you wrong because this is your chance to acknowledge this is how you feel and, therefore, set you free from always having to find mistakes in others so you can hide feeling mistaken yourself.

The basic self does not perceive itself as definitive but relative to the stream of thoughts coming from the brain. And since what and where it experiences to is an embodiment of that, the basic self is as entertained from feeling wrong as right or anything else. Read more about that here.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The special self does not know what it feels, only what it is supposed to experience if somebody is too late for an appointment, for example, or something else that is bad according to its theories of right and wrong. But this, it does not feel either because. The disappointment or rejection is suppressed in an explanation of being unjustly treated.

Anything explainable is mental and thus not a feeling.

The moment the special self stops justifying these made-up feelings, they are exposed to be as fake as how special you believe to be. Nothing in the script of the brain is about justice, and you cannot be anything else than planned by the brain. Its whole design is about entertainment, and perceiving every feeling as it is what it is, that is what what you get.

Hence there is no need to avoid giving or receiving emotions to make the world appear in accordance with your theories of how it should be. That is why all feelings, though experienced to be different from each other, are perceived to be neutral. So, just like getting wet in the rain does not change what you are, nor does getting angry or glad.

Failure often is success

In a long forgotten land, there lived an old man in a house far away from everything.

In forgotten land a long time ago, an old man was living all by himself in a house far from everything. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

In a land long time forgotten, there was a wise old man, who was said to know the way to the enlightenment of that which is one. A young man, who dreamed of this, travelled for months through the country until he finally succeeded in finding the old man in an obscure place far from everything. He asked, the old if he could show him the way to the enlightenment of that which is one, and the old man answered: »No problem if you are willing to work for it«.

»Of course«, said the young man, who was very eager to get started, but a little surprised when the old man asks him to dig a ditch around his house. He assumed the old man was poor so that if he would do it for free, all secrets would be revealed for him.

He, therefore, did his best to impress the old man, but it was not easy. The old man kept saying, the work was not good enough, it could be much better, the ditch should be much deeper and so on. When the old man at long last seemed to be satisfied, the young one thought, now he would be rewarded for all his hard work.

Expecting something for something
For about a week the young man patiently waited for the old man to show his appreciation. Though the old man said nothing, he treated the old man with much respect, thinking the more he could make the old man feel good, the more he would reveal. For weeks the old man did not approach the young man at all, until one day he quietly asked him to fill up the ditch again.

The young man freaked out and started to wonder if the old man really was a wise man, but he decided to see what would happen if he did what he was told – and so he filled up the ditch in such a way, that you could hardly see, there ever had been one.

The award appeared shitty
The young man was very proud of his work, and when the old man asked him to meet in his house exactly one hour later, he thought, now all secrets will be revealed to me. So he opened the door to the house with a big smile on his face. It did very last very long though because the old man threw a bucket of cow shit down on the young man from his hiding place above the door. The young man got angrier than ever before in his life – especially as he through the shit saw, how amazed the old man was.

Furiously he left the old man, thinking he had wasted months of his precious life with this sadistic man, who knew nothing about the enlightenment of that which is one. After some time, however, he felt like coming back, and so one more time he asked the old man to teach him the secret way to the enlightenment of that which is one.

Again the old man said yes and gave him one meaningless assignment after the other. A year or more went on like this, and when the old man one day again threw a bucket of cow shit on the young man, he quietly looked at the old man with a happy smile beneath the shit.

The young man did not feel young anymore, neither old. And he was no more looking for secrets to be revealed in the future. He was not looking for anything at all, neither did he assume, that he in any way had done or was anything special. All his ideas were gone. He was empty, and in the emptiness, he saw nothing, so there was not something to hide the enlightenment of that which is one.

Failure often is success
In the above, Alexius may have mixed two old Satsang* stories, that he heard as a young man. At that time he considered them to be typical guru stories out of touch with modern life because he was still into using life instead of being used by it.

In the eyes of the world, he has had a very successful life. In the past years, however, everything seems to fall apart. There is nothing inside of him, no ´I´ with a need to have or do anything that seems useful, neither no power to do something about it. Actually, no power of his at all. This apparent failure, though, could be his biggest success.**

Alexius has no more to live up to. All expectations are gone. He is nothing and that is why the formlessness of oneness can use him as a medium for the which is one. This is, of course, just a metaphor because oneness is a power with no powers as that requires more than one, so it has no power to use anyone.

*) Satsang is a Hindi word that roughly translated means to be in the company of truth, which in the context of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings is nonsense, as to be something requires more than one and truth is that which is one. In other words, it is just another fabricated state of mind in a world where there seems to be more than one, that is used to hide there is no more than one.

**) This reflects the personality of Alexius, but it does not necessarily apply to your personality. Having nothing inside is just as illusionary as anything else in a world where there seems to be more than one, so if the illusion of having everything inside and lots of success in the world seems to your ´way´ by all means go for it.

What it boils down to is that all illusions are symbols of that which is real, since without reality there could be no illusion. Perceived in this way, it does not matter what illusion you indulge yourself in. They all symbolise that which makes it possible to experience something that is not real. Hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life are exploring this.

NOTE: This article is part of hack #6-7.2 The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be found in a world where there seems to be more than one, but glimpses of it can.

Everything takes more than one, when you believe there is more than one

It takes two to define a person in the world.

It takes two to be defined as different, but it also takes two to see that differences do not make a difference. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
It takes two to become enlightened. »When your eyes become single your whole body shall be full of light«, Jesus said. And it takes two to appear as someone in a world, where there seems to be more than one.

It takes two to make a difference. Both the positive pole and the negative one is needed to produce electricity.

It takes two to see, that differences do not make a difference.

Everything in a world, where there seems to be more than one. requires the involvement of at least two appearances. You cannot appear to be someone without being defined by someone appearing to be different, and there cannot be a world without someone to define it.

In reality, there is no more than that which is one, but as the world where you appear to be is based on the idea that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, to come back to reality you have to start off as if you are more than one.

The person you appear to be in the world cannot be in the virtual world of a game like Super Mario, so to participate in it you pretend to be there. That, however, does not make the virtual world – or your appearance there – real. On the contrary, what and where you pretend to be you are not.

In the same manner, nothing can make the oneness of that which is you real in a world where there seems to be more than one. That which is you is not ´there´. It is something you pretend and no matter how good you are at it and whatever you pretend to be it is not real – this includes pretending to be spiritual, Buddha and whatnot.

No words like higher, realised and spiritual, that seem to value you as someone more evolved and better than others, will make you into anything else than what you already is in the world where there seems to be more than one, namely an illusion.

If you pretend to be a black car in the world of Monopoly, what you pretend to be is an illusion regardless you go to prison, own many houses or not. There can be many changes in a game, but it does not change, that you are not there. You only appear to be there. Neither does anything change if you pretend to be the white car instead.

To not focus on anything in particular.

To not focus on anything, in particular, the world of the outer senses fades away. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

To bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, when appearing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, you must overlook the differences of its appearances. Not by perceiving them as one. On the contrary. Separation – and not oneness – is the nature of the world.

So if you see them one by one without focusing on anyone, in particular, their apparent differences make no difference, and as they become the same so do your two eyes and as one eye they fill your whole body with light.

This is a poetic description of the enlightenment of that which is one. Practically speaking it might be more correct to say, that when differences make no difference you do not need the function of two eyes, which is to make the world dimensional. One eye – often referred to as the third eye and energetically speaking located on top of the eyebrows in between the two eyes – is enough for the enlightenment of that which is one, because oneness has no dimensions.

In other words, the enlightenment of that which is one is not possible with two eyes. They must be closed so that the dimensional world experienced with the external senses is not seen. Well, it is not so much the eyes that must be closed, but your attention towards the world they seem to see.

In the enlightenment of that which is one, there is literally nothing to see. If there is, you have not been blinded the brightness of the enlightenment of that which is one, but fenced it off so all what you get is glimpses of it, which often is confused with the enlightenment of that which is one.

Many so-called spiritual teachers claim, that there is a real you to be revealed, when you get rid of the ego. But as it requires more than one to get rid of something, and as there is no more than that which is one, getting rid of anything is an illusion.

Most of those, who talk about enlightenment does not know what it is. They are just as eager as everybody else in the world of the outer senses to be acknowledged as someone definitive, so even though the only cause of suffering is the belief in being someone definitive, their teachings are not about undoing this belief, but getting rid of the ego, the past, the future and whatnot.

The world of the outer senses consist of one percent energy and 99 per cent empty space. In other words, there is nobody there.

It is very beautiful with the light of the sun coming through the clouds, but it has nothing to do with enlightenment. It is just another sight in the world, that is just as virtual as the so-called egoless states the gurus and their followers are dreaming about.

It is very beautiful with the light of the sun coming through the clouds, but it has nothing to do with enlightenment. It is just another sight produced by the senses to make your excitement about proving you are someone real in a world, that actually is nothing but make-believe. The same applies to the excitement of the so-called egoless states the gurus and their followers are dreaming about. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

They tell you, that your suffering will stop when their teachings have transformed you into someone better and more spiritual. But as being transformed requires more than one, it enhances the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one instead of undoing it.

Gurus are no different from you, though they like to show off as if they have a higher consciousness. But to have something requires more than one – and there is no more than that which is one.

The idea that enlightenment results in you being wiser, at one with everything, without thoughts or detached from them is solely speculative – an idle hope that the fabrication of such a super person based on the illusion of being someone specific will prove that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

The enlightenment of that which is one does not result in anything. Least of all being at one with everything because in reality there is no more than that which is one and therefore nothing to be at one with. Besides results are of a world experienced by the senses and the enlightenment of that which is one is not. It cannot be sensed, as reality is that which is one and it takes more than one to sense something.

t1larg.laptop.light.tsPART 2:
The visual aspect of enlightenment of that which is one can be compared to closing all apps on a computer including the one simulating the desktop. Without the appearance of a desktop, there is nothing to hide the light, that is used to simulate a world on the screen.

The aspect of enlightenment of that which is one, that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises, can be compared to the humming from the fan or the engine in a computer. You can hear this vibration all the time – especially if you do not look at the screen or listen to the sounds of the world simulated by the computer.

Though the light behind the desktop and the distant humming are the means for fabricating a simulated reality on the computer screen, they are not part of this simulated world, so if you want to see or hear what is powering the world that appears on the screen, you must do what is needed to stop that world.

This is a metaphor to say that you have to undo the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one in order not to hide the enlightenment of that which is one, that is already there.

PART 3:
The apparent power of the ego comes from the mutual agreement, that it is possible to be and have more than the formlessness of that which is one. But as any belief requires more than one and therefore enhances the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, believing to be on a spiritual path is to follow what one is supposed to escape, namely the ego.

Alexius is the non-teacher of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, but he is also its non student – and vice versa. No others are needed in order to undo of the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

Yet being and having more than that which is one is not possible, since oneness is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than that which is one. It seems, however, possible to believe that it is possible to be and have more than the formlessness of oneness and that you are someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. In order to hold this belief together, everybody must agree to it, because it only takes one to undo the belief that there is more than that which is one.

When believing to be someone definitive, you all the time need the experience of others. Whether they appear to be in an online, physical or astral world does not actually matter, because the experience of them is manufactured by the brain, that is conditioned in accordance with the belief, that you are someone definitive.

If you need time to process this, you consent to the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, because processing something as well as taking your time requires more than one. For the same reason, there is no support to get in undoing the belief, that there is more than that which is one.

NOTES:

The sun does never go up and down – it is a deception

_IGP4777_78_79_80_81-Edit

The sun does not go down, things do not get smaller in the horizon, and the Earth is not flat, even though it looks like that from the perspective of someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

One who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one is as alone as can be. Well, everybody is, even though they try to cover it with a full calendar and whatnot. The enlightened though has nothing to cover, because there is no ´I´ with a need to appear as if it is together with somebody special or part of something greater.

Yet the enlightened is superb in regard to relating to others because relating – just like anything else in a world where there seems to be more than one – is perceived as a symbol of oneness. In that sense, all relations are the same. Consequently the enlightened has no need to be involved in a specific relation and therefore can tune into the needs of any relation and be its missing piece.

But there is no urge to make any relation last, neither is there any fear of its end, which is bound to come – especially as the reason for others to be in a relationship is to be part of something special, so they expect to be missed, and the enlightened never miss anything.

A journey without distance
When persons seem to leave the enlightened, he/she does not perceive it as being left – just like the sun is not gone, when it seems to go away at night. It is in the same place, whether it appears to go up or down. It is the earth, that is moving.

The enlightened knows, that if others are experienced to leave, it only seems so because the enlightened itself is moving – or rather imagine to move because the enlightened is not in a world where there seems to be more than one. What is real cannot be in an illusion – just like within a world where there seems to be more than one it is not possible for a person to be in the virtual world of a video game. Yet it is possible to imagine being there.

To imagine something does not make it real though, so if others seem to leave the enlightened because he/she imagine moving in the world, nothing has changed. Just like nobody is leaving you in a dream and you are not going anywhere, because all the time you are in your bed. Likewise, that which is one is still the same and will always be, regardless of what seems to happen in a world where there seems to be more than one. In other words, one who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one is on a journey without distance.

Being on a journey without distance requires the unenlightened to think so he/she can figure out what to do and where to go. The enlightened, however, does not need to think, because nothing is needed on that a journey, as that which is one is formless and therefore endless, so there is no nowhere to go since that requires more than one.

The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be found in a world where there seems to be more than one, but glimpses of it can

Even though in a dream you may sense, that it´s a dream, you can only see the dream. The dream must be terminated to see the dreamer.

Even though you as an appearance in a dream may sense, it is not real, you cannot see what is real. You can only see the dream and not the one dreaming it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
Gurus and others talking about silence, inner peace and bliss are trying to seduce you into believing, that they know how to find shelter from the world – or how to transcend it. But how can they claim, there is something to find in a world, they also say is an illusion or a dream? Everything found in a dream is of course equally illusionary, no matter if it seems to be found inside or outside of an appearance there or whether it is judged to be pure or whatnot.

Although the dreamer cannot be seen in the dream, everything in it symbolises the dreamer
The foundation of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings is that a world where there seems to be more than one is to be compared to a dream or a movie – in other words, it is an illusion! This is possible to sense, just like when you – within the illusion of a world where there seems to be more than one – have a dream and for a moment sense it is not real.

Regardless the distances and the apparent different persons in a dream, there are no distances and no differences at all. Everything is in the dreamer, so no matter where you appear to be in the dream you are with the dreamer. It is only the belief in its realty, that separates you from each other.

This does not mean, that you in such a moment see what is real, but that you sense the unreality of a world where there seems to be more than one. What is real you cannot see, as there is nothing real in an illusion, no matter what you seem to think, feel experience or read – included Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. But if can you sense, what you think is you is nothing but a fleeting appearance be in a dream, it is likely that the dreamer of it is real.

Reality though is not something definitive. It is formless and much more energetic than you can ever imagine in the dream of a world defined by time and space. Millions of atomic bombs exploding at one time are nothing compared to the formless energy of that which is one.

It is one perpetual present at an unimaginable speed – so fast that there is no difference to see and nobody has the time to see anything. That is why nothing is happening in the formlessness of oneness. See A world where there seems to be more than one is to be compared to a movie of that which is one played in slow motion.

Alexius is speaking from vague memories of the enlightenment of that which is one, where the dream of a world defined by time and space is no more and therefore neither Alexius to experience something. That is why – apart from the certainty that there is no more than that which is one and therefore not a world where there seems to be more than one – he only has vague memories of it.

There seems to be separate appearances to be defined by time and space in the dream called The World. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If you seem to see separated appearances defined by time and space, you see what you think you are, namely someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. In other words, your belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, fences of the formlessness of oneness.  Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If you experience or are aware of something, you are either unreal or hallucinating
The experience of seeing something can only occur in a world, where there seems to be more than one. In such a world one perpetual present seems to be hidden behind the idea of linear time, as it gives the impression, there is a continuous flow of endless events with each their own past and a future.

Reality is that which is one. There is neither nothing inside or outside, as that requires more than one.

Selected fragments of this flow some gurus want you to freeze and uphold as if it is a state of peace or stillness, but just like everything else in a world where there seem to be more than one these states are based on excluding something upsetting or disturbing.

In other words, as they are based on the belief in separation, they exclude the only peace and stillness there is, namely the formlessness of oneness, which has no disturbances, as it takes more than one to be disturbed by something. So if you are feeling disturbed or feeling anything at all, you are either unreal or hallucinating.

The enlightenment of that which is one versus glimpses of it
The enlightenment of that which is one is a moment, that starts in the dream of a world where there seems to be more than one. Yet in the exact same moment, the dream is over. As that which is you were not in the dream, it is not awakening to a new awareness. On the contrary, there is no awareness of anything, neither that you seemed to have believed being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, as that requires more than one. There is just one bright light – so intense that there is nothing to see and therefore nothing to be.

stock-illustration-95146555-enso-circular-brush-stroke-japanese-zen-circle-calligraphy-n-7-

The enlightenment of that which is one sucks you through a black hole, that starts like a zen circle, except the ´drawing´ of it starts off from the top going extremely quickly in both directions at the same time with a brush like a stroke at both of the ends like in this image. When they meet, an extremely bright light – neither opaque or transparent – explodes out of it while extracting the thought construction you identify to be you, so that there is nothing to suck into the black hole. But the two strokes making the black hole will not meet if you have registered them as for example moving black strokes looking like a zen sign, because you are comparing it to the past and so you go back there. In other words, the black hole is not completed and you are back in a world where there seems to be more than one. From this follows that this description is a mix of my vague memories of the enlightenment of that which is one and my many glimpses it, that stops with the forming of the circle around the black hole. You are probably better off by forgetting all about this if you want to go, where nobody can go. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The light is there to suck what has been stripped free of the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one through a black hole into that which is one. That is if there are no leftovers of this belief because if there is, you will think that you see something and therefore return to a world where there seems to be more than one, because only in such a world can something be experienced to be seen by somebody.

In other words, if it is perceived as if there is something definable in the enlightenment of that which is one, you will again appear to be someone definitive in a world defined by time and space.

Those who have exciting enlightenment experiences to tell about have held onto the belief in being someone definitive and therefore not as nobody been sucked through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one, so what they have experienced is a glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one.

Glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one can be experienced by seeing, hearing, feeling or tasting it. But as it requires more than one to experience something, the glimpses are not the enlightenment of that which is one.

From from the perspective of a world defined by time and space the enlightenment of that which is one leads to nothing, because there is not something to see, and therefore nothing to define you as someone definitive. That which is one has no perspective, as it requires more than one to have something.

For someone who is fed up of appearing to be someone definitive, it is frustrating to only have glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, but for those who love to appear as someone special it is perfect, because the glimpses can be used to pump up the specialness by lecturing or writing books about the experience of a vast empty space full of pure consciousness, love, bliss or whatever the glimpses are interpreted to reveal.

But it has nothing to do with the enlightenment of that which is one because only someone definitive can be full of pure consciousness, love, bliss or anything else.

The rogue consciousness of the self* likes to give the impression, that it can help you get more, whether in a so-called spiritual or materialistic way. Yet you never get anything but the need for even more. This need, however, you already had. It was because of that, you believed to be someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, so it seems, that although that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

PART 2:
Someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, as well as someone who is not, knows nothing. Those not to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, however, do their best to act as if they know a lot, whereas someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one has no such need, as the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one is not perceived to make a difference, and so there is nothing to know – except of course that there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one.

So whether you think, that you know, why it is raining, why you or somebody else do this or that, what you think you know is an illusion, as it takes more than one to know something and the formlessness of that which is one is everything, because what is formless is endless.

From this follows that to love or help somebody, just like everything else in a world where there seems to be more than one, is an illusion, and therefore not an attribute of that which is one.

Nothing that requires more than one is an attribute of oneness. In other words, love and whatnot only seem to be possible in a world where there seems to be more than one. Believing to be someone in such a world, however, they can be useful in regard to having the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one undone. That is if this is the purpose of using them. See hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation or hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life or hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is pure bliss or hack #8.8 Alone together is the key to that which is one.

In a world of linear time, this appears to takes time. In the process, however, the duality hacks will enable you to enjoy the illusion of that while having the belief that you are someone enjoying something undone. This does not apply to hack #6-7.1 From the inner senses through a black hole into that which is one, as there is nothing to enjoy in the fastest way possible to have the belief in being someone undone, namely the enlightenment of that which is one because it takes more than one to enjoy anything. Besides, the enlightenment of that which is one takes no time, as there is no time in that which is one. See hack #6-7.1 From the inner senses through a black hole into that which is one.

All that being said about ways, the formlessness of that which is one is everything, because what is formless is endless. Hence a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion, including any way out of it. So to fully undo the belief in such a world, the way you appear to go must be undone as well.

A person cannot bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one. But a person can momentarily forget what and where it appears to be so that there is not something definable to hide the formlessness of that which is one. If a person just partly forgets what and where it appears to be, the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be bid welcome. Yet such a person may have glimpses of it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

EPILOGUE:
Who is looking for food but those with an empty stomach. And who is looking for enlightenment, but those who feel empty. Unfortunately most try to fill this the emptiness with something of a pleasurable nature like for example bliss. But nothing can fill this emptiness, because it is a fantasy based on the belief, that you are someone specific in a world defined by time and space, and that which is you is formlessness of oneness, so that is not possible.

That is why you are bound to feel empty if believed to be someone specific. The solution to feeling empty is therefore not to fill up the emptiness but to undo the belief in being someone definitive.

An enlightened (in the sense of the enlightenment of that which is one) never ask ´who am I?´, because there is no doubt there is no more than that which is one and therefore not a world where there seems to be more than one – regardless it appears to be astral and whatnot. Consequently the enlightened has no need for communities, discussions, so-called interesting exchanges or dialogues, sending love or anything else to make it appear as if there is someone specific there. Someone compared to the enlightenment of that which is one do not believe but pretend to be someone.

NOTES:

Beyond the senses – or the outer senses versus the inner ones

Those who hear or feel the humming coming from far away as an echo of that which is one cannot use it to make themselves or the world better. But they will be used as a door to close the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one, so there is no experience to hide that which is one. This does not mean they will be transformed, as that requires more than one and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. Neither does it mean that they will cease to exist, because they have never existed since there is no more than that which is one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
If a world where seems to be more than one is not real but that which I am is, it is not possible to be in such a world. Yet it is possible to pretend being ´there´. This is to say that most of the below article is written within the framework of pretending to be someone ´there´, so the experiences described in it – for example that the Earth stopped moving – is just as illusionary as any other experience in a virtual world.

Beyond the senses – or the outer senses versus the inner ones
The first time the world stood still was in my teen years. I looked out the window and everything was covered by snow. It was like the whiteness of outside of me turned everything white inside me while Donovan* gently was singing Jennifer Juniper.

I forgot to participate in the story of time and space, so the Earth stopped moving and the air was so thin, that there was no space between anything. Music was coming out of my speakers, yet the silence was so loud, that all I heard was the echo of that which is one.

Much later on a walk along the sea, the echo of that which is one was there again – and not so much later, when I was walking on a pedestrian street busy handing out flyers, the distant echo of that which is one was so intense, that even though people were moving on the street, there was no movement and no people. Do not know what there was – it did not seem tangible.

After being accustomed to hearing the echo of that which is one, I realised that this distant humming is what the words Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolise,* and that the reason people even after years of chanting or contemplating do not hear it is that they are waiting for those words to reveal a higher understanding. But there is no understanding to be revealed, neither is there any need for that, when you actually hear the distant humming, that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises.

_IGP6225-Edit

You can only hear the music from the guitar on this image by imagining it because there is no real guitar in the image – it is a symbol. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The echo of that which is one
The word guitar is a symbol of something, that can make amazing sounds. Yet the word cannot make those sounds. Actually, there is no way to know what a guitar sounds like when you read the word guitar if you have not already heard what it is a symbol of.

It is a little bit the same with the words symbolising the distant humming of that which is one – and then again it is not exactly the same. A guitar can produce something, but the vibration that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God* symbolises cannot produce anything. It can be compared to the sound of a vacuum cleaner, which does not vacuum clean. It is just there when the vacuum cleaner is turned on.

Likewise, the humming, that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God* symbolises, is an echo ´hanging in the air´, when the imagination of a world where life is divided into more than one is turned on. The humming is the engine of such a world – not in the way that it produces it, but in the way that it is the energy, that makes it possible to imagine that you are someone specific in a world where there seems to be more than one.

When everything you know is undone, there is peace
It is not accidentally, that it is a vacuum cleaner that is used in the above description. The humming of that which is one is to be compared to a subtle version of the sound from a vacuum cleaner or the sound from the ventilation in a big place like an airport, or the fusion of all sounds in the world, or the sound at the edge of the breath (not the sound of breathing in, neither of breathing out, but at the edge of it – or rather on the top of it).

If you are into becoming famous or rich or making the world a better place according to a specific belief, this vibration is not for you. It has no power to change anything. It knows of nothing to make better. On the contrary. Everything conceivable is undone, which leaves nothing but that which is one. In other words, there is peace, because it takes more than one to not be at peace.

The enlightenment of that which is one versus glimpses of it
Apart from the last two sentences in the above paragraph, this article has not been about the enlightenment of that which is one. It cannot be heard, as that is an experience and it requires more than one to experience something. What I have been talking about is the experience of having glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one in the form of hearing the vibration that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises, which we can have when the definable world of the outer senses become so distant that the distant humming from the edge of the universe is the nearest to us.

To hear or feel the distant humming, that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises is one aspect of experiencing glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one. The other aspects are to have amazing visions of light, the crispness of ethereal harmonies or the sweetness of oneness. The world of the outer senses is very focused on visual impact, so you may only have heard of the visual aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one.

Those glimpses are revealed by the inner senses when the ones are partly closed. In the world of the inner senses though there is only one of everything, so there is just one eye, one ear and so on, and they are not physically tangible.

As long you are experiencing the enlightenment of that which is one in one of its aspects, you are having glimpses of it, but if you stop perceiving them as if they can be defined like this or that way, there is nothing to define you as an experiencer, and so there is not someone definitive experiencing them, and so there is no difference between them and you. That is the enlightenment of that which is one.

Having fun exploring the world of the outer senses. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

What is real is never-ending, so all experiences are unreal
Compared to the enlightenment of that which is one or having glimpses of it, living as someone specific in the world of the outer senses feels like a joke – but why not enjoy the joke. There is nothing to lose. As you are not someone definitive, you can pretend to be anybody in the world of the outer senses. If you are into concepts of love, you can perceive the world through such glasses as if everything is love or a cry for love. It is all make-believe so anything will do.

When the world experienced through the outer senses is an illusion, one may conclude, that the world experienced through the inner senses is the real thing. But as what is real never ends, neither the inner or outer senses are real as all experiences have an end  – including the experiencing glimpses of enlightenment.

The enlightenment of that which is one is a journey without distance from a world where there seems to be more than one into that which is one
Metaphorically speaking you can say, that what you experience via the inner senses is a wall surrounding that which is one. The wall seems to have no substance. Yet it can be seen, heard, felt or tasted, and if you do not try to find order in it or in any way define it, the outer senses have nothing to work with and a door, that looks like a black hole with a thin frame of white light inside it and rapidly spiralling bright light around it, suddenly and very quickly sucks you into it.

There is no other side to this black hole because you have left the oneness of that which is you. You have never been definable or experienced anything. That is an illusion. In reality, that which is you is no different from that which is one – and there is no more than one.

IMG_0424-5

All thoughts appearing to be you have to be left at the moment of death, if it is to serve as a portal to that which is one, so if they are picked up again in order to return to a world where there seems to be more than one, the person you appear to be will not have anything to tell about that which is one, because this person was not there. Yet there often are vague memories of it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 2:
I do not know the stories from those telling about their experience of death. Yet I know, that if they have much to say, it is not death but near-death, they are talking about – and that has nothing to do with death. It cannot be experienced, because if you are dead, there is nobody to experience it.

Tunnels of light seem to be a common near-death experience, which often is used to prove, that you are on a spiritual journey. The tunnels of light, however, are just a result of the brain not having enough oxygen to produce the images of a world as you expect it to look, so instead, it presents something abstract based on common second-hand knowledge stored in your subconsciousness.

It has nothing to do with spirituality, which is the formlessness of that which is one and consequently cannot be seen, as it requires more than one to see something. That is why the personality at the moment of death metaphorically speaking must be left at the entrance to oneness, so that there is nothing to enter it and therefore no awareness of having been there if the personality is picked up again and again to a body that appears to be you in a world where there seems to be more than one.

The formlessness of oneness has no size – and what is sizeless has no beginning or end. In other words, there is no more than that which is one, so a world where there seems to be more than one does not exist. This cannot be comprehended by those believing to be someone definitive, as to them only what can be measured does exist.

There are, however, vague memories of the formlessness of that which is one, and due to these memories it feels as if dying from a world where there seems to be more than one and return to it again from that which is one is like having the slate wiped clean – or like the machinery of the body, which is the brain, has been rebooted.

First time I thought, I would become like those spaced-out persons considering themselves to be very spiritual. But after each reboot, I reappeared with a much stronger sense of the body – not because I believe to be in it, but because, that which I am is not in the world at all, and knowing that, it is so easy to pretend to be bodily.

I never do anything so-called spiritual. When I wake up in the mornings I go for a long walk, until I come to this point and return back home. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

I never do anything so-called spiritual like for example meditation. When I wake up in the mornings, I go for a long walk from where I often return home around here. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

There is no spirituality in a world where there seems to be more than one
At the few so-called spiritual lectures that I have ever attended, the lecturers entertained the audience with stories and conclusions based on a single extraordinary experience from their past, that they seemed to think had changed them into something spiritual. Also based on this experience they seemed to be convinced, that it is possible to fuse physicality and spirituality, which is just as absurd as saying, it is possible to always have day and night at the same time in the same place.

Just like a computer cannot contain the physical world except in a simulated version twisted into two-dimensional or fake 3D images, a world where there seems to be more than one cannot contain that which is one, except in a twisted version of something that appears to be identifiably by what and where it is in time and space. Infinity becomes a thing, that is relative to finite – as if infinity is something extremely big.

Spirituality is the formlessness of that which is one. What is formless is endless. In other words, there is no more than that which is one, so if you are reading this, you must be mistaken. The experience of an article and that you are having it is an illusion. Yet this illusion is only possible to experience due to that which is one, as there is no more than that, so if you stop believing what you experience is real, all that is left is that which is one.

Kind regards
Alexius

NOTE: This article is part of hack #6-7.1 From the inner senses through a black hole into that which is one.

Life has no secrets

There is nothing to search for. Searching comes from the desire of more, and there is no more than that which is one.

There is nothing to search for. Searching comes from the desire to be and have more than the oneness of life, but there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Life has no secrets. It is impossible because life is that which is one and it takes more than one to have a secret. So how come so many are wondering about what it is and where to find it. The answer lies in the previous sentence. Life is that which is one, so if you believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, you are without life. In other words, even though the oneness of life is used to experience a world where it seems to be divided into more than one, it is not there – just like a physical body is not in a dream, regardless being the host of it.

Though some like to think, that the word of god is something written, but there is nothing in the New Testament that indicates that. In fact the word of god can neither be written or spoken.

Some like to think, that The Word of God is something written, though nothing in the New Testament indicates that. Actually, The Word of God can neither be written or spoken. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

»In the origin The Word had been existing and That Word had been existing with God and That Word was himself God.« John 1:1, Aramaic Bible in Plain English.

Unfortunately most of those reading the New Testament think, that what is written there is ´The Word of God´. But as god is that which is one and it takes more than one to write or read, the New Testament has nothing to do with ´The Word of God´.

An echo of that which is one, however, can be heard and felt in a world where there seems to be more than one. Christianity calls it for The Word of God, and in Eastern religions, it is often symbolised by the words Aum and Sohang. You could say that the oneness of life sends out an echo of itself to call you home. This echo though does not reveal what oneness is, but what it is not, namely the nothingness in which you believe to be someone definitive in a tangible world. But as you have never left the oneness of life, since it is formless and therefore endless, it is, of course, a metaphor that it is calling you home.

Yet it seems possible to believe that you are someone definitive separated from the formlessness of oneness. This article is written within the context of this belief. In other words, it is within this context, hearing or feeling the echo of oneness is a call for going home.

This echo is not a sound with a beginning and end, so it is not a word that can be written or spoken. But it can be heard and felt, and that is very easy. Hardly anybody wants to hear or feel it though because to appear as someone special in a world where there seems to be more than one you must always be right since being wrong makes you appear to not be special. Not believing to be special is, however, the prerequisite for hearing and/or feeling the echo of oneness

Approaching the echo of oneness through ´The Word of God´ might seem even more confusing than the endless chanting of ´Aum´ or ´Sohang´, as it is not a word that means anything.

No chanting or any other action like that is necessary to hear/feel the vibration, that is symbolized by the word Aum. It comes to you automatically, when you do not differentiate the sounds of the world but include them all. In other words, when you do not focus or concentrate.

No chanting or reading in scriptures is necessary to hear or feel the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises. It comes to you automatically, when the apparent difference of the vibes in the world does not make a difference, which they do not do if you do not try to exclude any of them, as if there are more than one. In other words, when you do not focus or concentrate on something specific you are not someone specific but the unpronounceable vibration Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The vibration that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises is …
… not a secret though it appears to be so if you are searching for an elitist understanding of it rather than actually hearing or feeling the vibration, which can be heard or felt whenever you do not focus on hearing or feeling something specific.

When you hear or feel the unpronounceable echo of oneness, the sense of being someone definitive disappears. Thus there is nothing to transform.

For ages people have been chanted Aum and Sohang or speculated about the meaning of The Word of God, assuming that if they just kept going on, the secret behind them would miraculous be revealed. But only the special self (read more about that here) looks for miracles because it thinks it is in charge of itself and it cannot make it. That which is one has no miracles to reveal because it takes more than one to reveal anything, and there is no more than that which is one.

Many may already have heard or felt the echo of oneness coming from the edge of the universe, but as they are biassed towards something mysterious and sensational, they do not pay attention to the quiet humming, that constantly is there, as it is the basis for the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one.

It only takes one ´chant´ of Aum or Sohang to hear of feel the echo of oneness. That is if you are not looking for peak experiences of an almighty god, love or something mysterious and sensational that can be mentally explained.

To tune into hearing the echo of oneness …
… first say the two letters of AUM very slowly and when you come to M, do not really say but whisper it until you say nothing and there is a gentle humming coming from somewhere in the distance. This is the echo of oneness.

This is the Hindi symbol of ´sohang´– grabbed on the web. <i>The graphic is grabbed from the web</i>.

The Hindi symbol of Sohang is grabbed from the web.

You can also get in touch with this distant humming by saying sohang – eventually combined with listening to the sound coming from the breath. Say so when breathing in, and after a tiny break say hang when breathing out. The so is not really important, except for tuning in. The same applies to the first part of hang. After having said so-ha(n) you remain on (a)ng at the end of breathing out, and then let the sound continue by itself – what remains without you saying anything is the humming, that is the echo of oneness.

Another way to hear the echo of life is to stop focusing on any sound in particular until you cannot distinguishing the sounds that you are hearing from each other. Hence they turn into one sound, namely the echo of oneness.

You do not have to sit in a certain posture to meditate, repeat a mantrachantpraywearing special clothes or be in a special place with special people where the air is polluted with incense to hear the echo of oneness, neither does there have to be stillness inside or outside of you. All you have to do is to be devoted to whatever you are appear to do.

One of the first times Alexius heard this humming from the edge of the universe, he was busy handing out flyers on a pedestrian street, and just like that the sum of all sounds turned into a distant humming that cancelled out the noise of the street – also the feeling of being there, as the sum of all feelings turned everything into a transparent one.

Knowing it is there, it is easier to connect with it
When Alexius was a child, he preferred the music from a radio station called Radio Luxembourg. It was very hard to tune into it in his native country Denmark because it was on a frequency located between two very noisy stations. But as he knew of its existence and also where to look, with much determination and the finest subtlety he succeeded in tuning into Radio Luxembourg.

If you wonder how it is possible to hear or feel a vibration coming from the edge of the universe, check out the article A perfect moment takes you back to the first moment of duality.

Likewise, you, in the same manner, should be able to tune into the echo of oneness, now that know about the humming of oneness from the edge of the universe. If there appear to be too much noise in the head – especially the left side can be full of noise from the working of the brain – listen to your right side without focusing on anything in specific.

Feeling the primeval vibration of the universe.

Feeling touched by the echo of life. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

To feel the echo of oneness
Apart from hearing the vibration, that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises, you can also feel it – especially if you are more emotional than audio minded. Just do the same steps as above but put more weight into feeling it. Feeling it can be compared to sensing your body purring like a cat, or like it trembles of fear but without fearing of anything, or shaking of coldness but more lightly and not feeling cold or anything else specifically, or feeling the effect of quickly drinking the foam of Coca-Cola which in this case is not limited to bubble or tingle in a specific part of the body or in that alone but all over.

In more intense moments it may feel like you are nothing but the vibration from an earthquake or from a big laundry machine on the spin cycle. It is not just in the body but also outside of it, as if there is no transition between it and the appearances that seem to be outside of it. If you do not panic but go with the flow of it, you forget about the body and anything outside of it, so there is no memory to hide, there is no more than the formlessness of oneness.

And as it takes more than one to be something, what you believe to be is no more. In other words, contrary to the experience of a mild tingling in the body, the intense version of it ends up in having no experience at all, since there is nobody to experience it. Normally the reflexes of fear for not being someone definitive quickly produce experiences of more than one, so you again appear to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

In the article Nothing can stop you on Highway One except your belief in a world where there seems to be more than one you can read more about how the enlightenment of that which is one terminates what you believe to be and how the fear of that makes you leave enlightenment and return to that belief.

That is what in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings is called the enlightenment of that which is one, but that is a story for another article, as this one is devoted to the experiences of it in the form of hearing or feeling the vibration that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolise. These experiences are not the enlightenment of that which is one but glimpses of it. See the appendix regarding the enlightenment of that which is one versus glimpses of it.

Feeling or hearing the echo of the primordial vibration is basically the same – like two sides of the same coin. It is not advisable though to encompass both at the same time. Well, it is possible to encompass any of them but to be encompassed by them one by one.

In the case of Alexius he is more into hearing than feeling, so it took him a long time to feel the echo of oneness, and when he finally did – after several years – the belief in being someone specific was momentarily undone, so there was nothing definable fencing off the aspect of feeling the enlightenment of that which is one, which you do not feel as there are no conscious of you being someone definitive.

See Last night I died again from the world, if you want to read about when Alexius finally died from the outer senses of feeling a world where there seems to be more than one.

nov-21-davidopeWhat does it sound like?
Some people complain that their neighbour is vacuuming while they are meditating, but most likely the neighbour is at sleep and it is not the sound of a vacuum cleaner you hear but the distant vibration from the edge of the universe that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises.

If you look for a big and special experience, you may brush off something so simple as the gentle humming coming from the edge of the universe and yet from nowhere. The humming can also be compared to the distant sound of the air conditioning in a big place like a supermarket or an airport. It can also be compared to the sound of a wave at the shore, that never stops going up.

Already familiar with the humming that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises, you do not tune into it all the time, if you still want to appear as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. But you may tune into it every now and then just to make sure you have not forgotten the key to the formlessness of oneness – just like you sometimes may check your pocket to hear or feel, that you have not forgotten the key to your physical home.

Life has nothing to give because life is that which is one and it takes more than one to give something
Let us return to the idea of the so-called secrets of life. What secrets does life hide? None. Were you asked to buy a book or take a special course to know what Aum, Sohang and The Word of God is a symbol of? No, and you did not have to wait until the end of the article to read about how to hear or feel the echo of life. You got it right away without beating about the bush.

If you have peculiar questions like, What is life and what is the meaning of it, you have separated yourself from it – or rather imagined that it is possible to do so because separation from that which is one is not possible, as there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

So whatever you imagine to be and have in a world where there seems to be more than one is not real. Yet you like to believe, that if you try hard enough, life will reveal its secret reality to you. But life has nothing to reveal because life is that which is one and it takes more than one to reveal anything.

The above article is Alexius´ way of communicating, how you actually can hear and feel an echo of oneness. To use ´Aum´ or ´Sohang´ as a stepping stone for that is not a new idea, but so far it has mostly been promoted in mysterious ways by people, who do not hear or feel it themselves, but hope that if they repeat those words again and again a miracle will happen. Looking for that, however, they will miss the gentle humming coming from the edge of the universe.

It was not through the words ´Aum´ or ´Sohang´ that Alexius started to hear or feel the humming, that they symbolise. Since his teenage years he has been used to being ´lifted´ by this humming – for example while watching a movie, having a walk with his parents or sitting all by himself in a park. And so when he was about 40 years old it suddenly dawned on him, that this is what people are trying to reach, when chanting ´Aum´ or ´Sohang´.

It is not about reaching it though, but to tune into it so that it reaches you. When Alexius can do this so can you, because even though you may appear to be different from him, what makes it possible for the two of you to experience you are different is the same, namely the formlessness of oneness from where this humming comes.

APPENDIX:
As it takes more than one to experience something, the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be experienced. Yet glimpses of it can be experienced in the form of seeing, hearing, feeling or tasting it. In other words, to hear or feel the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises is to have a glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one.

The article Beyond the senses – or the outer senses versus the inner ones elaborates on the enlightenment of that which is one versus glimpses of it. Below are links to articles that go more in-depth with this, and also the other aspects of having glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one:

Enlightenment of that which is one and the fear of it

singingbird

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

A bird does not sing, because it has an answer. It sings, because it has a song. Chinese Proverb

Why do the oranges fall down from the trees outside the house of Alexius every November? The answer is simple, it is the season for that. Likewise, it seems to be the season for Alexius to write an article about bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one and the fear it may involve.

Enlightenment of that which is one is not of a world where there seems to be more than one
The enlightenment of that which is one does not result in some kind of spiritual understanding or connection with a higher being. Actually, it results in nothing, because it takes more than one to be or have something.

As it also takes more than one to return to that which is one, there is no help to get from it. Besides, it does not know that you believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. It is not possible, because that which is one is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than that which is one. But it is possible to imagine being someone specific in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Most books or lectures about the enlightenment of that which is one are based on speculations of how to exclude what is judged as bad in order become full of light and joy. But to exclude is to separate and therefore an enhancement of the belief in being someone definitive – and nothing definable can enter the enlightenment of that which is one .

The enlightenment of that which is one can be compared to taking a ride in a fairground carousel so fast, that the mind has to give up seeing any differences at all. Consequently it is not possible to remain as someone definitive and so there is therefore nobody to experience the enlightenment of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The enlightenment of that which is one can be compared to taking a ride in a fairground carousel moving so fast, that the brain has to give up making experiences of differences. Consequently, it is not possible to remain as someone definitive, and so there is nobody to experience the enlightenment of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The enlightenment of that which is one undoes this imagination. Yet it is not an experience, neither a state of mind or some kind of being or consciousness, as it takes more than one to experience or be something. It can be compared to taking a ride in a fairground carousel moving so fast that the mind has to give up producing an ´I´ that is experiencing it.

Well, there is no mind at all in the enlightenment of that which is one. There is just one bright light. Not a light though that lightens up anything, as that would require more than one. For the same reason, there is no memory at all of a world where there seems to be more than one.

All articles in this blog arecolored by my personality.

In other words, the imagination of being someone definitive is wiped out by the enlightenment of that which is one, so there is nobody left to experience bliss or anything else. Therefore, what he is about to tell is not based on his experience of the enlightenment of that which is one, but vague memories of it.

His memories may seem to imply, the enlightenment of that which is one is a sequence of events happening in linear time, but that is only because one perpetual present cannot be described in a world of linear time. And even though it is described as it ´happened´ many years ago, in non-linear time, it is still ´happening´. In other words, his description might be a mix of several ´excursions´ from linear time into one perpetual present.

An early morning, when he was 22 years old, he bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one after having intensely worked as a taxi driver for about 15 hours. Somehow the sum of the images from driving around the streets continually looking for customers turned the world into something less definable and more blurry. As he had no energy left to establish a focus of the world, he was sucked into by a spiralling show of psychedelic light, that did not seem to come from anywhere.

All info of someone definitive is extracted by either the light, sound, feeling or taste of the enlightenment of that which is one, so that there is nobody to be sucked through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one, where there is neither chaos or order, as that would require more than one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

All info of someone definitive is extracted by either the light, sound, feeling or taste of the enlightenment of that which is one, so that there is nobody to be sucked through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one, where there is neither chaos or order, as that requires more than one. Most though try to avoid loosing their identity by identifying the black hole as something definitive, so that they remain someone definitive as well and cannot be sucked into the formlessness of that which is one. If so they are not bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, but just having glimpses** of it. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The enlightenment of that which is one is to be compared to the fusion of all lights, or sounds, or emotions, or tastes – depending on our preference as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

None of these fusions are the formlessness of that which is one. They are merely tools for attracting you to the extent, that you do not fight it, when all the thoughts collected to fabricate your personality are extracted by it, so that there is not something definable to be sucked through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one.

This article is about the first time the belief in being someone definitive momentarily was undone for Alexius, so the enlightenment of that which is one was bid welcome. It is the most known aspect* of it, namely light, that was bid welcome. Later its other aspects* – sound, emotion and taste –was also bid welcome. Not as a mix though  but one by one. It is not possible to mix something in the enlightenment of that which is one, as that requires more than one.

I assume it is not necessary to bid welcome all the aspects* of the enlightenment of that which is one, but that one of them is sufficient in regard to completely forget the imagination of a world where there seems tl be more than one.

Suddenly a black spot with no fixed location, nor a fixed form, looking like a horse head or an embryo showed up. And then a completely colourless light – brighter than the coloured light outside the black spot – started to show as a ring outside the edges of the black spot, that must have been a hole, as colourless light exploded out of it.

This light took over everything, as it was everywhere and yet nowhere. And just like that extracted the concept of Alexius and a world where there seems to be more than one and left it at the edge of the black hole, so the nothingness of him gracefully was falling through it into the formlessness of that which is one. If it was falling or floating he cannot recall because everything happened simultaneously, but there is a sense of forever falling while at the time floating in a space that was not there – and then in the exact same moment as forever falling there was nothing.

That is all folks. There is no more to tell. At this point, the enlightenment of that which is one is over, and there is nothing but the formlessness of that which is one, as it is called in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. It is not a big void of nothing filled with exotic ideas of unconditional love and whatnot. On the contrary. It is not filled with anything since that requires more than one

There is nothing to disturb you in that which is one, because there is no more than one. It is so simple compared to the peace fabricated in a world where there seems to be more than one, as that is always based on having to exclude something disturbing.

Thus it is neither peaceful or anything else. Metaphorically speaking the speed of it is so fast that it is not possible to differentiate anything. The conception of separation is not possible, so there is not something to see, nor anyone to see this. That is why stillness is not needed. Fortunately, because it is incredibly noisy – and then again all the noise is so loud, that it merges into one sound, all lights into one light, all emotions into one feeling and all tastes into one taste, that last no time.

This is not to be understood as the enlightenment of that which is a mix of light, sound, emotion and taste. These are four aspects* of it, but you only bid one of them welcome at a time. It does not matter which one of them. They all have the same purpose. Namely to attract you to such an extent, that you cannot help but let them extract all thoughts making it appear as if you are someone definitive and leave them at the edge of a black hole so that there is nothing definable to be sucked through it into the formlessness of that which is one.

It is, of course, a metaphor to say, oneness is on the other side of a black hole, as it is formless and therefore without end, inside or outside – also without size.

Dunno if there is a spiral around the black hole of the enlightenment of that which is one, because being that close nothing seems to differ from each other. Yet for a moment so short, that it is not conceivable, a light inside the edge of the black hole so much brighter that the very bright light around it, suddenly explodes into a formless light that does not include Alexius but the formlessness of that which I am. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

I seem to remember a spiral around a black hole in the enlightenment of that which is one. I do not remember it exactly as in this image – either because everything was moving so fast or I was so close that nothing seemed to differ from each other. Yet for a moment so short, that it is not conceivable, a light inside the edge of the black hole – so much brighter than the very bright light around it – suddenly like thousands of atomic bombs exploded into a formless light that erased anything definable, so what ´happened´ after being sucked by this light through a black hole I cannot tell, neither can I find any image on the web that can illustrate the vague memories of the nothingness of everything. Fortunately, you can go there yourself – or rather stop going anywhere. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The enlightenment of that which is one is unexplainable
When the belief in being Alexius momentarily was undone, and the enlightenment of that which is one was bid welcome, he had never seen a black hole before (and fortunately he did not see it in the enlightenment of that which is one, as otherwise, he would have bounced back to a world defined by time and space), so description of the entrance to that which is one as a black hole is made in retrospect. And calling it an entrance is a metaphor because there is neither an entrance or an exit to that which is endless.

Actually, it was not before much later, when he saw pictures of black holes from far out in the universe, that he sensed how familiar they were – much more than appearing to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be explained in a world, as it takes more than one to explain something

Describing the enlightenment of that which is one in a world, where there seems to be more than one, is not possible, because even though so much is happening nothing is happening because it is one perpetual present.

To bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, you, of course, do not have to drive a taxi all night or be in ´a deep sleep´ like Buddha supposedly described it. Whatever way you lose focus or stop defining and labelling will do in regard to bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one. Meditation though may work against this because many use it to concentrate and focus in an attempt to achieve something specific – and anything definable fence of the enlightenment of that which is one.

The return from that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one
How come Alexius returned to a world where there seems to be more than one after the enlightenment of that which is one? According to legend Buddha returned out of compassion for others. If this is the case for Alexius, he is not aware of it. But why should he return out of compassion for others, when there is no more than that which is one.

You must come emptyhanded.

You must come, empty-handed. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Jesus, who also seemed to return, said that going to heaven – assuming that by going there meant to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one – is more difficult than for a camel to go through an eye of a needle. And in ancient scriptures of India, it is often said that you have to come empty-handed.

It seems that a person momentarily can forget to uphold the believe in being someone definitive so that there is not something definable to go through the eye of a needle into the enlightenment of that which is one – but it also seems, this eye of a needle is just big enough for a slight leftover of the belief in being someone definitive to pass through, and that this little piece will fear being entirely annihilated by the formlessness of that which is one.

To defend itself against this, it hangs onto anything that it can define as something, and by doing so you are back as someone definitive in a world limited by time and space, where things happen at such a slow speed, that there is plenty of time to realise, there is nothing to fear if you do not believe to be someone definitive, as then there is nothing to annihilate.

We cannot know how come, Buddha and Jesus returned to a world where there seems to be more than one in order to appear as if they were somebody specific there, but from also having returned Alexius knows there is nobody to help in such a world and nothing to heal but the sick belief, that something appearing to be definable can block out the formlessness of oneness.

Maybe he wanted to be reestablished as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, so he could escape what was perceived to be a relentless power taking away his free will and totally wipe out what he believed to be, which is also true as seen from the point of believing to be someone definitive. But if you do not uphold this belief, there is no free will to take away or anybody conceivable to wipe out – and therefore nothing to fear.

Seen from the perspective of that which is one, which is only possible metaphorically speaking as it takes more than one to see something, nothing is taken away or wiped out, because there is no more than that which is one.

Fearing something as if it is outside of yourself is only possible, because you believe to be and have more than that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Fearing something, as if it is outside of yourself, is only possible because you believe to be and have more than that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Without the belief in being someone, there is no annihilation to fear
Fear of annihilation, as talked about in the above, is often related to an authority problem. In the case of Alexius, he perceived his father and later other authority figures as somebody determined to take away his free will and incorporate him like a satellite in their world.

If such a perception is correct or not is not the matter. Freedom is only a problem if you have chosen to believe that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Without this belief, there is no more than that which is one, and therefore nothing to take away anything.

It is not possible though to completely stop believing that you are someone definitive while appearing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one because otherwise, it would not appear to be there. It is also not possible to solve all unsolved issues with others, as being someone specific is based upon having those problems.

But it is possible to realise, that problems are simply something you pretend to have in order to appear as someone definitive, so when the enlightenment of that which is one exposes them, there is no reason to take the fear of being annihilated by an omnipresent power serious, because the problems are not yours but something you pretend to have.

Another straightforward way to undo the belief in being someone specific is to see everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one. When you as a person in the world is nothing but a symbol, it is not fearful when this symbol is erased by the enlightenment of that which is one, so only that which it symbolises is left. You can read more about this in hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life.

To see that being someone definitive is nothing but make-believe, you must first acknowledge, that you think, you know what and where you are – and that you therefore are mistaken.

The fastest way to undo the belief in being someone at all is to realise that you do not know what and where you are. When there is not someone to be conscious about someone definitive, there is nothing to lose or let go off.

The above ways of undoing the belief in being someone definitive does not require enlightenment. It definitely helps, but the despair of appearing to be someone in a capsule of time and space is just as good a prerequisite.

How come it seems, that I am wearing a sun-hat?It could be that,it is the season for hats.

How come it seems that I am wearing a sun-hat? Guess it is because it is always the season for that, where I appear to be. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

A season for everything
That there is a way to undo the belief in being someone definitive, may be an obstacle in itself, because ultimately speaking there is nothing to undo and nobody to return to the formlessness of oneness, as there is no more than that which is one. So maybe Alexius just appeared to return from the enlightenment of that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one because it was the season for such imagination. And maybe one day it is the season imagination is over so that there is no imagination to hide the unimaginable, namely that which is one. Do not know, and it does not really matter, because there is no more than that which is one, regardless of seasons or whatever else imagined that requires more than one.

*) The article is about the most known aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one, namely light. Whatever aspect that comes to you when you bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one depends on your preferences as someone definitive. If you, for example, are very visual, light is what comes to extract all definable traits of yours, so there is not something to be sucked through a black hole into that which is one. You can read about the other aspects in the article Last night I died again from the world and in the articles in the below list.

  • This article about the enlightenment of that which is one and the fear of it shall in no way be taken as Alexius´ thoughts about the truth, or conclusions he has made based on experiences, readings or lectures. In other words, this article does not consist of his thoughts, but those that passed by one day a long time ago. That is all.

When you forget what and where you appear to be, the enlightenment of that which one sets in

_IGP9809-Edit-5

The glimpse of a leaf in this photo has not much to do with its actual look. Just like a glimpse of a star has nothing to do with the full brightness of it. Likewise experiencing glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one has nothing in common with that which is one. It cannot be experienced, as it takes more than one to experience something. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be experienced, as it takes more than one to experience something. Therefore nobody can tell you what it is or teach you how to bid it welcome. Yet you can learn not to bid welcome a world where there seems to be more than one, so your belief in it does not appear to hide that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Praying, meditating, fasting, wearing special clothes or being with special people in special places does not help you in regard to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, as doing something implies that you are someone definitive. There is nothing to do and no help to get but forget what and where you appear to be.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

If you do not focus on being someone specific, there is nobody to see a definable world, and so there is nothing to hide the enlightenment of that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

In oneness, there is no time and space to separate anything. It is one perpetual present.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings do not use the word enlightened as a description of someone who has achieved a better understanding or a higher consciousness. You do not get wiser or higher from the enlightenment mentioned in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, because it is the enlightenment of that which is one, and it requires more than one to become something.

The awareness of ever having experienced to be someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one is terminated in the enlightenment of that which is one. Actually, there is no consciousness of anything at all because it takes more than one to be aware of something. This may last for a short moment or not last at all because time stops when there is nobody to be aware of it. Hence there is not an experience of past and future to hide there never was or will be anything but one perpetual present.

Most, however, return to the awareness of being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one before the experience of time, and thus themselves as somebody definitive, is over. They avoid it by justifying their fear of destruction with that which is one, and so they are back in a world where there seems to be more than one.

If you do not want to fend off the enlightenment of that which is one, do not project the fear on oneness but include it as it is. Not by embracing it, since that establishes you as someone definitive, but by completely being fear and nothing else, so there is not something to define you as someone, and thus nobody to prevent the bright white light of the enlightenment of that which is one from leaving what you believed in being at the edge of a black hole, which eats up the light and the emptiness of you, so there is nothing to gracefully fall into that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

That which is you is not the bright white light of enlightenment that is so intense, that nothing can be seen but that. Nor is it the black hole that is the last thing you see before the light extracts all the memories making up the belief that you are someone definitive, so there is nobody to endlessly fall into that which is one.

In other words, you seem to return to that which is one as bright light. That is if you are a visually minded person. If you are more into listening, feeling or tasting, you seem to return as a sound, feeling or taste. That being said, you do not actually return to that which is one because you never left it. It is not possible since doing so requires more than one. However, it seems possible to believe there is more than that which is one, and in the context of that belief, you seem to return to that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The return to that which is one does not involve a transformation of you or the world, but the annihilation of you and the world – at least as seen from a world where there seems to be more than one, because now reality sets in, and reality is that which is one. So if you are into making a better world, to realise your self, coming from the heart, living in the now, being one with the Earth and whatnot, the enlightenment of that which is one is not for you.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

There is not something to awaken from or return to, neither any awareness to achieve, because there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one – and it takes more than one to do something.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

None of the exciting stories about divine presence, higher self and consciousness, for example, applies to that which is one because there is no excitement in oneness since it takes more than one to be excited. There does, however, seem to be lots of excitement to get in a world where there seems to be more than one if you follow one of its gurus. But what you get is not real.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Nobody walks around in the enlightenment of that which is one, because that requires more than one. Yet someone who momentarily forgets what and where it appears to be returns to the consciousness of being someone with vague memories of not being that, and thus the enlightenment of that which is one.

These memories are not gonna make you wiser or help you change anything in the world. But you do not expect that, because you know the world is an illusion – or as science says, the world we seem to feel and see consists of 99.9999999 per cent empty space. And the rest, despite it also is empty space and as immaterial as a dream, is what we perceive to be elements of matter making up a world defined by time and space.

Thus no matter what and where you appear to be in such a world, it is make-believe. Read more about empty space in the articles ´The empty breath´ is empty space, and so is what you believe to be and Free to float in the void of ´the empty breath´.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one may look like this image from out of space, but it will not be experienced as if outside of you but inside. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one may look like this image from out of space, but it will not be experienced as if outside of you but inside. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Hardly anybody ever bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one. The glimpses of it, however, are every now and then bid welcome by someone, because contrary to the enlightenment of that which is one they can be experienced and they do not totally erase the consciousness of being someone. Hence they can be interpreted as you fancy, for example as if they have transformed you into something better and higher.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Please be aware that the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be experienced by somebody. The description of it, therefore, comes from somebody having memories of being nobody falling through a black hole. In other words, although the enlightenment of that which is one is impersonal, Alexius´ description of it is personal. Thus he cannot assure you that his description of the enlightenment of that which is one is correct. But he can guarantee they cannot be replicated by you, neither by himself. First of all, because it takes more than one to reproduce something, and secondly because there is nothing personal in the enlightenment of that which is one. See also The ins and outs of a black hole.

Yet his personal descriptions of the enlightenment of that which is one may inspire you to undo the belief in being someone definitive so that there is nothing to hide the enlightenment of that which is one. Part of undoing this belief is to forget everything you have heard or read about enlightenment – including what you believe to have read in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings.

This is a graphic simulation o the black hole, where you are sucked in by an explosion of light, if you do not insist in seeing forms. If you are willing to be burned up by the pure bright light, there is no one to see – neither nothing to see. All there is, is that which is.

This is a graphic simulation of the black hole, where the thought construction that holds you together as if you are someone tangible is left at its edge, so what is not definable is sucked through the black hole by an extremely intense light into that which is one, where there is neither light or darkness. That is if you do not insist on seeing something definable in the light. If you are willing to be burned away by it, the last thing you see is a black hole, and then you are no more. You never were, because it takes more than one to be someone and there is no more than that which is one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Have you ever been in a bath top and imagined to see an adventurous world in the abstract structure of the steam coming from the hot water? When the steam dissolves, and thus the world you imagined there, you hold onto the thoughts of something specific, so you can keep the moments of magic and imagine you are part of a special world with exciting creatures. Without your imagination, however, this world is nothing but water.

The above is meant as a metaphor to illustrate how a world where there seems to be more than one can be imagined, so it seems to hide there is no more than that which is one. In the context of this metaphor, what and where you believe to be is nothing but empty space where colourless waves of light move so fast (read more about that here) that they cannot be dissociated from each other. That is unless you imagine seeing different waves shaped by the space in between them so that empty space seems to consists of countless waves of light separated from each other.

And if you also imagine these shapes to not move so fast but quite slow, they seem to be definable by time and, therefore, tangible. Consequently, you seem to experience a world of countless opaque and colourful shapes that differ from each other, although the experience consists of nothing but empty space filled colourless waves of light moving so fast that they cannot be dissociated from each other.

This is what becomes obvious in the enlightenment of that which is one. The light of the waves is so bright that it is impossible to catch a difference, wherefore there is just one formless light.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The world is nothing but a construction of thoughts, that seems to have the power to hide that which is one when you perceive them to be something.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When you see all thoughts as a symbol of the bright white light, their apparent differences in time and space does not make a difference.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

If you do not seek to be acknowledged as someone definitive, you are nobody – and only as nobody can you bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is onePhoto © Alexius Jorgensen.

By not caring about collecting specific thoughts to maintain the appearance of you as someone coherent in a world defined by time and space, you open the door to the enlightenment of that which is one. Opening this door is not about doing something, but about not doing what you are doing to hide the bright, bright light.

Because of what is said in the above about thoughts, you may get the idea, that they need to be stopped. But it is not thoughts as such that hide the light of that which is one. It is a belief that they establish you as someone definitive.

To not do anything, you keep on thinking what you seem to think, but without taking any thought seriously. By not taking any of them seriously, the belief in them as yours cannot be maintained, and you will literally be nothing but a light brighter than anything conceivable. That being said, if there is still the slightest belief in being someone definitive nothing, you will not want to be dissolved in the flow of the enlightenment of that which is one. Chances are you right away will return to the world you have constructed of thoughts, as you obviously still believe in one or more of them.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The world is a construction of thoughts, and even though they are just as meaningless as this image, you try your best to put them together in a way, so that you seem to see a world that makes sense. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

A particular body posture, state of mind, kundalini awakening and whatnot is not needed in order to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one because it does not enter neither the mind or the body (including aura and chakras). On the contrary, it undoes the belief in anything that can be experienced – including primordial energy, consciousness, astral worlds and whatnot – so that only what cannot be experienced is left, namely the formlessness of that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

To bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, all you need to do is to stop focusing on experiencing something tangible, because if you believe to see something definable, it is as if it is hiding the formless enlightenment of that which is one.

That which is one is neither light or darkness or anything in between. Light is just what is used to extract all the thoughts, that are used to make up the experience of being someone tangible, so there is not something to be sucked into a black hole and spit out on the other side into that which is one. Neither is there another side, as there is no more than that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The unenlightened may have a high consciousness, attained through many years of meditation. But one who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one has nothing because it takes more than one to have something.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

It is not uncommon to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one and afterwards dismiss the vague memories of it as nothing, because what is formless – and therefore not definable – cannot be remembered as something. Besides, as the enlightenment of that which is one is one perpetual present, it cannot be transferred to a world of linear time. In other words, it cannot be shared in a world where there seems to be more than one, wherefore it is often dismissed as real.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The enlightenment of that which is one does not bring you back to the formlessness of oneness. It is not possible. That which is you is no different from that which is one, and since it is formless and therefore endless there is nothing outside of it. Thus you have never left it – only in your imagination.

The enlightenment of that which is one does nothing does not change this imagination but heals the sick belief, that it is real. Rebooted as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, you sense this very clearly, because even though the memories of the enlightenment of that which is one are vague, one thing stands out crystal clear: There is no more than that which is one.

So if you are looking for something big and supernatural, that will support you and help you to become more spiritual and blissful, you will not notice if you somehow forget what and where you are and therefore bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one because it has none of those qualities you are looking for. It has nothing at all, as it requires more than one to have anything.

This article is part of hack #6-7.1 From the inner senses through a black hole into that which is one.

What is not one is fake

Seeing is believing, they say, but it is actually the other way around. It is what you believe that you see. Hence you do not see anything if you do not believe something. And not seeing anything, that which cannot be seen, namely the formlessness of oneness, does not appear to be hidden by something. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1
The woman who you see is not here. She cannot be in the electronic media where you are seeing. Her appearance is a simulation made from zeros and ones in a combination that cannot be experienced as something until an app on your electronic media processes it into frequencies that trigger the brain to produce an experience of a woman who seems to be someone in the world where you believe to be.

That world, however, has never been created because there is no more than that which is one and it requires more than one to create something. Thus the world you see is make-believe and so is whatever you assume to make this belief because it takes more than one to make something.

The brain claims that the reason you experience to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than that one is that it receives signals from your sensory system that add up to you being someone in such a world. But it is just a story to cover up that you and the world where you believe to be is a fantasy made from out of nothing with nothing in it.

You only see the world where you believe to be because the brain continually processes frequencies of nothing into something that mimics you as someone having a conscious experience of being amongst others, whether that seems to be in a physical or spiritual world. Read more about that in hack #5.3 ´The empty breath´ and the bliss of not believing to be someone.

When you start to believe you are someone in a world where there seems to be more than one instead of pretending to be there, it is not about enjoying but surviving. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

But knowing that what and where you appear to be is make-believe, you feel happy to experience it, contrary to the feeling of doom that comes from believing the experience is real.

The latter most try to solve by relying on the collectively agreed concept of how to be someone definitive and disown everything that appears to contradict it. Hence they distance themselves from the solution to not feeling bad, which is to undo the belief in being someone definitive, as then there is nothing but the bliss of emptiness.

To take this leap into the unknown, you must forget, what are where you believe to be. This can be accomplished by seeing everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one (read hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life). It can also be accomplished by pretending to be someone in such a world, because what and where you pretend to be you are not (read hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation).

Alternatively, you can choose to have the empty breath doing it for you (see hack #5.3 ´The empty breath´ and the bliss of not believing to be someone). Or you can be inclusive instead of exclusive, as that cancels out the apparent differences in your experiences, wherefore the basis for the belief in being someone definitive is gone (see hack #3.2 Life is inclusive and not exclusive).

You can also apply one or more of the other duality hacks, as they all cause a state of not-knowing in which there is nobody to believe you are somebody (read more about that in hack #4.2 The basic self versus the special one).

As it requires more than one to have a problem, all problems are solved by taking a leap into that which is one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The brain though falls into a coma if you for more than 20 minutes, 45 minutes at most, do not have an ongoing internal conversation with it, as if you are someone in a world where there seem to be more than one. In other words, you cannot remain in a state of not-knowing. See hack #5.3 ´The empty breath´ and the bliss of not believing to be someone.

But the brain is not needed for the enlightenment of that which is one. On the contrary, so when it falls into a coma a light brighter than anything else very quickly and abruptly strips away everything left of what you believe to be and have, so there is no awareness of ever having believed to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Nor is there any awareness of being in that which is one, as that requires more than one and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless – see hack #6-7.1 The enlightenment of that which is one and glimpses of it.

If you do not want, the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, to be put to an end so abruptly but would like to enjoy it while having it undone, you can choose to return from a state of not-knowing to the consciousness of being someone definitive. And then go back and forth between being conscious and in a state of not-knowing until you cannot help but bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one.

By sending love to somebody you insist, that the other one is a separated entity defined by time and space. To care for others is a disservice, as this confirms both them and you as separated. If you on the other hand shares, that which is common for everyone, namely that which is life, the difference you experience between you and the other does not make a difference.

PART 2
Direct experience seems to be popular among those, who consider themselves to be spiritual. In the context of spirituality, it is a contradiction though. Spirit is one and it takes two to experience, no matter if you perceive the experience to be direct or not.

To judge one way of experiencing to be more direct than another is no different from the common search for more love, money, power, authenticity, spirituality and whatnot. The idea that there is more to have or be is the foundation of the world, and the reason you are separated from that which is spirit. You want more than that which is.

To perceive one experience as a more direct than another one is not to be closer to the experienced but to make a further separation. It is like everything else an idea made up in the brain and it implies something in the world is better than other things from a spiritual point of view. But spiritually speaking there are no differences in the world, and the attempt to make something seem more spiritual than other things or some experiences more direct than others is nothing but an attempt to emphasize yourself on the expense of others by having or being more than them.

The idea of being more spiritual is a way to distance yourself from others to be better than them, as you feel they separate you from them, because you are not good enough.

In other words, claiming to have a direct experience has nothing to do with being more spiritual. You are either spiritual or not. The need to be more spiritual has nothing to do with spirituality because it knows not of more. Such a need is only there if you are confused, and you are bound to be when you believe all of the gibberish mainstream concepts, that are labelled as spirituality.

There is no way to go, but to go that way, you must drop all concepts so you are free to follow.

There is no way to go, but to go that way, you must drop all concepts so you are free to follow. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

It is concepts made of people, who are not afraid of dying but living in the world of time and space as it is, and therefore space out in ideas that seem to transcend them beyond the capsule of time and space. But these people are not transcending anything, whether they call it astral planes and whatnot. You can compare it to having a dream, where you appear to transcend it, but nothing has changed. You are still dreaming.

There is no way out of a dream because you are not there. And there is no way beyond or out of the world because you are not a person in a definable world. It is not possible. You are one, and there is no oneness in the world of time and space.

What you can do though, while you seem to be living in a capsule of time and space is to smile of the silly world, where only that which is definable is real contrary to the reality of oneness, where nothing that can be seen or imagined existWhat a silly idea to try to be detached from something, that does not exist. What a silly idea to think, you can observe, what is not there. What a silly idea to think, there is something to learn from an illusion.

And what a silly idea, that you are on some kind of journey going home. You are at home and nowhere else. If you put your hands in front of your eyes, you cannot see this article, but it is still there. Nothing has happened, except that you have blinded yourself.

To give or send love and compassion to somebody, you judge is in need of that, is not very lovingly or compassionate, because it implies, you have more than others – and that is not possible. Yet it seems possible to experience this difference in the world of duality, so by giving love or compassion you uphold the idea of duality.

In other words you enhance the prison, the world seems to be, instead of sharing the only thing every person has, namely that which makes it possible for them to appear, which would free them from the illusion, that something is missing, because that which is one is everything.

You have blinded yourself with experiences, and whether you call them direct or not is all the same. Any experience is deceitful. That which is you cannot be experienced or observed. You are one, and unless you imagine one to be separated in two it cannot be experienced or observed. You have blinded yourself with ideas of separation. Yet nothing has changed. That which is one cannot be separated. You are still one, and if you forget about the eyes, and what they seem to be able to see, you will not be blinded, and so you have no need to see because you are that which is.

NOTE: This article is part of hack #5.1 Eyes cannot see.

Eyes do not see, they translate

Ellorem hariatenihil inversp ienimin velibus, to ipsae volorum aboris qui anit maximet, te de et vitate nemqui blaut lam et magnatisciis sundeli aspicip sandesciis. Voloqir © Alexius Jorgensen.

Our eyes cannot see anything at all. The tangible world we believe in looking at is a construction of thoughts compound by the brain based on the reflections of light that it claims passes through our eyes. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Even though the digital photos in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings seem to differ from each other and each has their own story, they are the same in the sense that they all consist of nothing but the same zeros and ones. And the images do not seem to be different from each other before an app translates specific mixes of zeros and ones into different photos reminiscent of the world where we experience to be as separated beings.

This translation of zeros and ones into images that we seem to recognise as something from the world where we believe to makes us forget, that the raw data of each image consist of the exact same zeros and ones and that there would be absolutely nothing to see if they had not been rendered by an app.

This does not only apply to digital images but anything that appears to be different from something else, regardless it seems to be inanimate or animate, spiritual or physical and whatnot. In the world where we believe to be, the app doing this is the brain. It translates nothing into something that seems tangible.

»Your eye is like a camera … Photons pass through your lens, which focuses them onto a spot at the back of your retina. There, specialised photoreceptive structures called rods and cones convert these photons into electromagnetic impulses that your brain interprets as shapes, colours, and textures.« From an article in Wired.

First, an app translates zeros and ones into frequencies, that seem to reach your eyes from your screen. Then those frequencies are converted by the brain into something that looks like you expect the world to be. Lastly, you perceive that as it is made by the brain or try to make a better version of it. See hack #4.2 The basic self versus the special onePhoto © Alexius Jorgensen.

The human eyes can be compared to a digital camera, that contrary to an analogue camera does not make images on a film inside of it. Instead, it records the data – called RAW – of light coming through the lens when the shutter button is pressed.

This data, however, cannot be seen as an image on the screen of the camera before it is converted by a built-in app into the contrasts that define a world where there seems to be more than one. Technically speaking this is most often done by rendering RAW into a JPEG file.

If the raw data received by the eyes or any other sense is not translated by the brain into something perceivable, there does not appear to be someone experiencing anything.

Likewise, there is nowhere inside the head of us, where the light recorded by the eyes is processed into an image like in an analogue camera. The data or frequencies of light captured by the eyes can only be seen as an image reminiscent of the world where we believe to be when the brain has fabricated such an image by translating the data it collects from three taps in the eyes, that respectively record red, green and blue frequencies.

Since it takes time for the brain to process the information it gets from the eyes in a specific moment, it sorts the received information into categories and only use those needed to make up the image it wants you to see. The time delay in processing, it extrapolates so it does not seem to interfere with what you perceive to be happening now.

You can read more about that in the articles You want to be deceived, and so you are and Duality is a simulated reality on top of non-duality.

Facebook can now automatically write captions on images, that can be read by blind people, so their brain can use this info to construct an image inside of them as if they actually see the image on Facebook. The graphic is grabbed from an article in Wired.

As it always takes the brain about one second to accomplish this, our conscious experience of now is a construction of thoughts about what happened one second ago – also if we believe in coming from the heart and whatnot. Thus we do not see but think that we are somebody in a world where there seems to be more than one. Read more about that here.

It is quite similar to how artificial intelligence automatically generates an audio caption on a photo in the News Feed for blind people on Facebook so they can fabricate an image of a pizza, for example, themselves. The image is, by the way, grabbed from an article in Wired about this.

The blind ones, however, will not know if artificial intelligence always gets it right. Neither will they or the ´seeing´ ones understand that the brain never gets it right when it produces experiences of a world where there seems to be more than one because there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

So in the context of that which is one you do not see this article since it takes more than one to see something. But nor do you in the context of a world where there seems to be more than one. Everything on the screen, where you believe to see this article, consists of zeros and ones added together in entirely meaningless ways.

You only seem to see this nothingness as something, because your electronic device has a system, that translates it into wavelengths of light which reach your eyes in ways that the brain, in this case, turns into letters forming English words.

The brain is translating the raw data coming through the eyes into experiences that seem to be tangible. But it is all make-believe.

Reading these words in a country where the internet is censored, some of them may have been changed or left out. And if not, you have most definitely left out some yourself, so you can twist Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings into something that fits your perception of the world. See also The closer you look, the less you believe what you see is real.

In other words, the article, that you think you are reading, is not the article that Alexius wrote. What you believe to be reading is based on how you perceive the brains translation of the article that your browser has rendered from HTML, which is one of the languages an electronic media uses to convert its mess of zeros and ones into something that appears to make sense. Read more about that here.

If you experience to be run in a dream, you are mistaken. You are not in the dream but in your bed adding thoughts together in such a way that you perceive yourself to be running in a non-existing world. The same applies to everything you believe to experience in a world where there seems to be more than one. You are not there because there is no more that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

In other words, what you believe to read is made up in your brain. Just like when you have vertigo and experience the world to spin around you. It is not spinning around you. Only in your head. It is something you make up. And so is, for example, feeling loved or rejected. Those feelings are the same in the sense that they are not caused by anything else than electrical impulses in your head. This applies to all experiences, including those perceived to be divine or spiritual. See All experiences are equally unreal.

You can compare the experience of living in a world where there seems to be more than one to using a flight simulator. You are not flying at all. It is an illusion.

Neither humans or self-driving cars actually see the world where they appear to be but what their master, respectively the brain and The Cloud, based on the info coming from their senses, decides for them to see. And as you can ´see´ in this image of how a self-driving car perceives the world, it is entirely different from how you believe to see it. The graphic is grabbed from Wired.

What you ´see´ can be compared to what a self-driving car sees, namely nothing manipulated into something. The info received from the sensors of the self-driving car is shaped by The Cloud into what it wants the car to ´see´ and respond to as it is real. Read more about that here.

Whether you seem to see something in a movie or what appears to be a world outside of you, it is an experience fabricated by the brain. So if someone is seen as sad, it does not mean that this is so but that this is how a certain wavelength is interpreted by the brain.

Believing to see something can also be compared to how the artificial intelligence (AI) that Facebook and Google use to sort your photos is programmed to recognise your pictures. Even though all data in an electronic media consists of nothing but zeros and ones, artificial intelligence is programmed to experience special combinations of them as if they are substantial entities. The more it ´sees´ those entities, that it defines as human beings, the more it learns to interpret a particular facial expression as a special emotion. Thus it experiences to ´feel´ what it ´sees´ and, therefore, that it can relate to the persons in the photos as if it is one of them.

But since an artificial intelligence does not exist as somebody, nobody is relating to anybody. It is just layer upon layer of algorithms, that collects data and put them together in the same way like the human brain compiles thoughts to make it appear as if there is a tangible world where there is nothing but empty space.

When a smartphone recognises your face it does not mean that it sees you. In the case of Apple, for example, it registers the electrical impulses from a grid of 30,000 invisible dots which has been projected onto your face to create a 3-D map of your facial topography. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The brain uses the very same organ to fabricate all the apparently different experiences that it makes you conscious of. So if you split them into imaginative or real, for example, you are mistaken. All experiences are all make-believe.

In other words, the experience of a world defined by time and space is a construction of thoughts made by nobody from out of nothing – or as science states, the world consists of 99.9999999 per cent empty space and the rest, that we perceive as elements of matter making up a tangible world, is also blank.

»The app helps people who are blind or losing their sight ´feel´ smiles. The app uses facial recognition to find a face and then vibrates in the user’s hand to let them know that the person they’re talking with is smiling.« From an article in Wired.

The person you believe to be is blind, deaf and numb. What you experience to see, hear feel and taste, regardless it appears to be spiritual or mundane, is nothing but electrical impulses. They do not mean anything at all unless the brain manipulates them into something that appears to be a smile, for example.

The brain is like an app in a wearable device for blind people. It uses facial recognition to find a face and tells you when the algorithm suggest that it smiles, so the blind can have an experience of ´seeing´ and/or ´feeling´a smiling face.

Most insist that this construction of thoughts is set in motion by something. Religions claim it is done by god and many gurus stand firm on the belief that higher consciousness is behind it and you will find it if you meditate or chant, for example. But since reality is that which is one, and it takes more than one to find something, only that which is not real can be found.

Ultimately speaking, the above is just another construction of thoughts, that is as illusionary as anyone else. Yet this illusion accepts, that it is not real, as it requires more than one to write, read, realise or understand it, and reality is that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

Thus it does not claim to expose what is real, but what is not real, so you stop to believe that there is something to see where there is nothing, and this belief, therefore, does not appear to hide there is no more than that which is one.

NOTE: The above about eyes applies to all the senses. If you are tone-deaf, for example, it is not due to a problem in the ear but the brain, which is unable to find the right equation in the music.

PART 1:
In the eyes of the world, Alexius has been a very successful person, first as a businessman who started two restaurants and two bars designed by himself, later as a TV producer and then as a designer for big and small companies plus a teacher in public relations. All of it without an education in regard to any of those things or ever having watched TV. Read more about the personal story of Alexius here.

Yet he is not what is considered grounded. He does not know what it is, neither is he in any way motivated to discover it. The world, inclusive astral ones and whatnot does not seem to have anything of interest to offer.

Before becoming a businessman and after having worked as a kindergarten teacher as well as a taxi driver, he was a monk for four years in his early twenties. And though the worldly purposes of these appearances may seem to have been very different, he sees no difference between them.

The crowd of Alexius´ bar Floss turned out to be a community of punks, musicians and models. Although their appearance was quite different from that of Alexius, their content was the same empty space. The image is grabbed from the web.

To him it was always about setting the personality aside, so that the children in the kindergarten could find their own feet to walk on, people hiring a taxi would get to their destination in a peaceful way, the restaurants and bars could grow in a way that benefitted the community evolving from them and the energy of a TV broadcasting – just like his design – would highlight the content of the design and not the designer.

The purpose of his four years in a monastery was also to set the personality aside and to not listen to the ecstatic voice about how much better and easier life would be by choosing to become and have more.

Setting the personality aside there is no ´I´ with a need to be grounded, free, high and whatnot. Everything is based on intuition or rather the guidance of the empty breath* – also the writing of the enlightened non-teachings. You can read more about the latter in the next article Everything in a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion.

There is no need to fill the emptiness, that has replaced the belief in being a person, with something meaningful, because as someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one***, he knows emptiness is an illusion. It is only in the context of a world defined by time and space that something seems empty. In the context of the formlessness of oneness, there is no emptiness since there is no more than that which is one – and it takes more than one to be empty or anything else.

He knows, there is no time and space. And it seems science also knows that, because they say the world consists of 99.9999999 per cent empty space, and it is only the rest – despite it also is empty space and just like in a dream consists of nothing substantial – that is perceived to be elements of matter. In other words, as a world defined by time is made out of nothing, the experience of it as substantial is make-believe.

Connecting with the empty breath* is like having a conversation with nothingness. It chats with those appearing to be somebody in the void of it. If you, however, believe that this void is definable by time and space, it is very hard to hear or feel it, because the empty breath* does not say anything, that is meaningful in a world defined by time and space.

Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If you do not want the appearance of you as someone tangible to hide the empty space, you must unlearn all that you have learned. Doing so is not gonna change what you appear to be into something angelic or heavenly, neither will it change the appearance of the world that appears to be outside of you, but you will start sensing there is nothing outside of you.

There are no inside or outside in that which is one, as that requires more than one, and there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless.

This does not mean, that what appears to be inside of you is real. There is no inside, because that which is you is no different from that which is one, and as that is formless and therefore without beginning or end, you have no inside or outside.

Simply put, the experience of a tangible world, whether it appears to be inside or outside of you, is make-believe – and knowing this, you are free to be a vessel for the nothingness of the empty breath*.

PART 2:
Even though Alexius is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, he seems to have a personality like everybody else who appears to be in a world where there seems to be more than one – just like he also appears to have a body with legs and all the other parts a human body is supposed to have.

And though his aura is totally crystallised, it is not full of light, neither is his body or personality. They are like everything else in a world where there seems to be more than one a construction of contrasting thoughts.

One part of his personality is very forgiven. Not in the sense that he first condemns and then forgives – but in the sense that he simply overlooks, what there appears to be.

Forgiveness is to forgive your mind and body for doing what you have asked them to see or do. This renders you powerless, and so there is no power to hide that which is one is powerless, since it takes more than one to be or have anything.

But the other part does not overlook anything. It is always disappointed with something, and to uphold and justify the disappointment it finds something to be angry about. The part of the personality, that gets disappointed, can of course only get disappointed, because it has certain expectations of how the world should be and not willing to forgive it if its expectations are not met, but instead insists that the world is wrong.

If one leg is shorter than the other, you do not try to get rid of the wrong one.

If one leg is shorter than the other, you do not try to get rid of the wrong one.

If one leg is shorter than the other, there is no reason to get rid of the ´wrong´ one, whether that is judged to be the long or the short one. Best to keep both of them, because that makes it easier to walk. Likewise it is best to keep both the apparent good and evil part of the personality, as that makes it impossible to define you as someone definitive, and so it is easier to go with the flow.

There is much more to analyse in this part of his personality and he could try improving it, but instead, he chooses to let the forgiven part of his personality overlook the grudges from the disappointed part of his personality. Well, there are times, when he choose to see the grudges as warnings, for instance when standing at the edge of a mountain.

If you try to focus only on the light side of the world you are bound to be disappointed, because you cannot cannot perceive light without its contrast darkness.

If you try to focus only on the light side of the world you are bound to be disappointed, because in a world of duality you cannot perceive light without its contrast, which is darkness.

All persons are split in a so-called dark and light side – also gurus, but they hide the dark side by projecting all imperfections onto their followers, so that they become the contrasting background for an apparent perfect guru, who keeps telling them meditation will transcend their darkness. But it is like believing, that the darkness of night is transformed into light, if you sleep through the it.

The grudges also served him well, when he was in the advertising business. Thanks to the faultfinder part of his personality, he quickly saw what needed to be corrected in a project. It is also that part he uses when proofreading his enlightened non-teachings.

In this way, both parts of his personality can go on doing, what they do the best. Nothing needs to be denied, rejected or transformed. Everything is fine as it is.

This has nothing to do with the enlightenment of that which is one, as is not of the world, but to use the personality you seem to have so that you can have fun pretending to be someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. Besides when not trying to correct or change the personality, the belief in it as real is not enhanced but phased out.

Somehow this image, that Alexius found on the internet, could be a simulation of Gudruång, who is the ´voice´ behind Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

APPENDIX:
The enlightenment of that which is one is not coming from the heart or somewhere else. It knows of nothing but the formlessness of oneness and from there nothing comes, as that would require more than one.

Yet it is through the enlightenment of that which is one Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings is received as a wordless humming coming from what he calls Gudruång at the edge of the universe, which to him is not far away but like everything else right where he is at. Since there is nobody in the enlightenment of that which is one, this metaphor of course only makes sense in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings do not heal bodily symptoms, but the course of them, namely the belief in being someone definitive. But when that belief is undone nobody has bodily symptoms. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Just like insurance companies state ´we don’t cover persons with preexisting health conditions,´ so do ´Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings´. Yet any of its duality hacks will heal the sick belief, that you are someone definitive, so that there is nobody having preexisting health conditions. But until then you better treat bodily conditions with the help of a professional qualified health professional.

Such a world, however, does not exist, because that which is one is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than the formlessness of oneness. Gudruång, therefore, is not at all helpful in regard to a world where there seems to be more than one, but the undoing of the belief in such a world as real.

Since Gudruång does not know of words but the frequencies, that are used in making them appear to have a meaning, Alexius have to shape the humming of Gudruång into the words of the enlightened non-teachings, which only is possible by setting the personality aside. See also Alexius, The Enlightened Non-Teacher.

Every experience is an illusion – also the experience of oneness – as it takes more than one to experience something and there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless.

So if you read them in an attempt to further enhance the belief in being the personality, you must omit everything not understandable in a world where there seems to be more than one. But no matter how you twist them, neither Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, science or anything else can supply you with an explanation of how come we appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one because there is no more than that which is one.

NOTE: This article is part of hack #3.3 Phasing out the personality by not being exclusive.

Phasing out the belief in the personality or not

Everything can be used to enhance the belief in being someone definitive but everything can also be used to undo it. The animation is grabbed from the web.

Everything can be used to enhance the belief in being the personality. Yet it can also be used to undo this belief, and contrary to enhancing it, this is not hard work, because it does not require the involvement of the personality. The animation is grabbed from the web.

Any experience in a world defined by time and space can be used to enhance the personality you believe to have or to phase it out this belief. If you for example after having read Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings conclude, that by avoiding something, in particular, you will be more happy, the non-teachings has not been used to phase out the personality but to enhance it, as it is defined by what you exclude from it.

If you, on the other hand, have the same conclusion but use hack#3 Not being exclusive but inclusive to include what you have concluded should be excluded, there is less to define the personality. Hence the belief in it as real is not being enhanced but phased out.

Science states that the world, we seem to see and feel, consists of 99.9999999 percent empty space. The rest, despite it is also empty space and just like a dream consists of nothing substantial, is what we perceive as elements of matter making up the appearance of ourselves in a world defined by time and space.

In other words, the experience of a material world and us as somebody tangible separated by time and space is make-believe.

The experience of time and space in this image is an illusion. There is nothing substantial in it unless you choose to believe so. Actually, a digital image like this consists of nothing but zeros and ones. The animation is grabbed from the web.

Those who are interested in the discoveries of science probably know, that the personality as well as the body, where it seems to be, is nothing but empty space, and that it only appears to be substantial, because more or less everybody, who seem to be in a world defined by time and space collectively agree to believe this.

Since that which is one is formless and therefore endless, there is no more than the formlessness of oneness. Thus to meditate and whatnot in order to unite with it is an illusion based on the misunderstanding that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

In other words, as there is nobody in a world defined by time and space we can never be at one there except in the denial of that which is real, namely oneness, which we execute by agreeing, that we all have a unique personality, that seems to separate us from each other. This includes those considering themselves to be spiritual, as by doing so they separate themselves from those not considered spiritual.

In order for you to be defined as a spiritual, you exclude what is not considered to be spiritual from your personality by projecting it onto others. Being defined as spiritual, however, you are bound to be bothered by those considered not to be spiritual, whereas not being defined, nothing bothers you, because there is no ´you´.

Most so-called spiritual ways are nothing but sophisticated methods to have the brain piece together a new personality, so you seem to be more spiritual than before. In other words, the belief in you being the personality is enhanced and not phased out by appearing to be more spiritual.

The more you appear to have, the heavier life appears to be. The same applies to the more you appear to not have. Having something or not, however, is only be a problem, when you believe to be a person in a world where there seems to be more than one. But there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless, so it is not possible to be someone at all – except in fantasy. And as there cannot be problems in a fantasy world unless you believe the fantasy is real, the solution to problems in a world where there seems to be more than one is to undo this belief. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

More is the mantra of the personality. Having a haircut, for example, you become more beautiful at the expense of those you judge not to have the right look. Being promoted, you appear to be more important and thus to shine in the darkness of those you despise. Making more money, you believe to be more clever and powerful than the ones you exploit. Becoming more spiritual, you appear to be more wise at the expense of those you pray for, send healing and whatnot.

And you certainly make sure that everybody judged to be wrong are excluded from your world of the righteous ones.

But as the personality is based on the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, it can never get enough, and as it is kept together by excluding what it does not want to be, it is constantly worried about what to exclude in order to be good enough and not be excluded itself.

When not excluding anything, however, the personality does not appear to be definable. And as that leaves nothing to sustain the belief that you are someone definitive, there is nobody to hunt for more. Thus everything is good enough as it is.

In each our own way we exclude everything from our personality, that we believe to be negative by judging something or somebody perceived to be outside of us as bad. Thus our condemnation of others shape us into what we believe to be.

This is not to say, that in order to phase out the belief in the personality being you, judging others must be stop. On the contrary. By judging others you see right in front of you, what you do not like in yourself (see the article The YOU finger and the three ME fingers).

Thus you know what to include to have the belief in being the personality phased out, namely to include what you believe others to be, since that leaves nothing to define you.

What you pretend to be, think feel and do, you are not, so by pretending to be someone definitive, nobody is becoming more important no matter what you appear to think, feel and do. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

If you do not believe to be what you seem to think, feel and do, nobody becomes more special regardless of what you appear to think, feel and do. A way to not believe, that you are what you seem to think, feel and do is to pretend that you are what you seem to think, feel and do, because what you pretend to be, you are not.* The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The belief in being the personality can be enjoyed while having it phased out if being exclusive to keep the personality intact is something you pretend to be, because what you pretend to be you are not.* Thus you have fun appearing to be the personality, while the belief that there is such a thing is being phased out.

The same applies, if every experience – including the experience of you being a specific personality – is perceived to symbolise the formlessness of oneness, because that means your apparent different experiences will not be judged to make a difference.** Neither will the state of your personality, and so you can have fun appearing to be anybody you like – just like on the internet.

When you always pretend to be exclusive or perceive that exclusiveness is a symbol of oneness, everything appears to be fine, so if you start to feel irritated, you probably failed to remember the application of these duality hacks either in the present moment or the past.

As consciousness always is selective, you can arrange your conscious memories, so that what you remember is that you always have been pretending to be exclusive or seeing exclusiveness as a symbol of oneness. Hence the belief in being the personality is not being enhanced but phased out.

Should it be in the present moment you forget to apply the duality hacks, you can correct it by pretending that you are irritated or by seeing irritation as a symbol of oneness. And if it was in the past, it is never too late to adjust your memories (see the article It is never too late to get a happy childhood), so they reflect that you always pretend to be exclusive or perceive exclusiveness to be a symbol of oneness. Hence the belief in being the personality is not enhanced but phased out.

If you are not in touch with the past, you do not need to spend time on a trip down memory lane,*** but to pretend there is no past or perceive it as a symbol of oneness. And yes you are right in case you feel like cheating. But you are cheating no matter how you perceive a world defined by time and space because it is nothing but empty space. So why not cheat in a way, that undoes the belief in being a person there.

Any other duality hack (see the table of contents, extra duality hacks and more duality hacks) can be used to phase out the belief in being the personality,**** so that there is nobody left to feel anything but bliss – provided that the purpose of using them is to not enhance the belief in being the personality but to phase it out, as bliss is the result of no personality. Not in the sense that it must be undone, but that the belief in it momentarily needs to be undone.

If not momentarily but forever undone, there is nobody to know, that you ever imagined being someone in empty space, because there is no room for what you believed to be in that which is one since it is formless and you believed to be substantial. This is not to say, that what you believed to be have been transformed, as there was nothing to transform, but that this belief has been undone.

When excluding what you do not like to feel by justifying it with others, the appearance of your personality can be controlled, so that you, for example, appear to be a hipster. Exclusion though is not a one-off thing. It is hard work to constantly be on the lookout for something to exclude, that can confirm your status as a hipster. Inclusion, on the other hand, requires nothing but not to exclude, which becomes so much easier the more you do not exclude, as the less, there is to define a personality, and therefore nobody to care about what it appears to be. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Phasing out the personality

According to science the world, that is experienced to be substantial, is nothing but empty space. Thus what you and others appear to be is make-believe – including being spiritual and whatnot.

To be or not to be is only a question in a world defined by time and space. In the formlessness of oneness there is no existence or consciousness, since that requires more than one.

In other words, that which is you is not in a world defined by time and space, neither is anything else. That is why nothing needs to be done, understood or learned in the context of undoing the belief that you are ´there´. On the contrary, because the undoing of this belief comes from not having an investment in doing or understanding anything at all since that leaves no ´I´ with a need to be someone specific.

When there is no attachment to a specific personality – whether it appears to be your own or somebody else´s – the apparent problems in a world defined by time and space is not experienced to be personal. This does not necessarily mean, that nothing is being done about anything, but that nobody is doing it.

Insisting on doing things in your own way and speed, you can never be happy, because only the special self has its own way, and that never makes you happy (read more about that here). Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

And so there is no ´I´ using an apparent success, realisation or conclusion to further built up the personality. Instead, results are used to grasp, that regardless of no personal investments in the achievement of specific goals, something appears to be accomplished.

In oneness there is no way of your own, neither anything to open up to, since that requires you to be someone definitive and oneness is formless. Hence it is only in a world experienced as if it is defined by time and space, that you appear to have a way of your own and something to open up to.

But as oneness is formless it is endless, so there is no world defined by time and space. In other words, insisting in going your own way in your own speed is to believe, you are someone in a world that does not exist. Such a belief entails suffering.

Hence there is no need to hang onto a specific personality in order to do things in your own way and speed, and so the belief that you are someone definitive in a world defined by time and space can safely be phased out.

Nobody has a problem, when the personality is not used to enhance the believe in being someone.

As there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless, it is, of course, meaningless, to talk about phasing out the personality – or to talk about anything at all.  Yet in the context of believing to be a person in a world defined by time and space, it is beneficial not to enforce this belief but phasing it out. That is, if you do not want it to hide, that the formlessness of that which is one is no different from that which is you.

Tin order for you to win somebody else must lose so the loser can function as a contrast showcasing you as the winner. If this contrast, however, is included*, the apparent difference between winning and losing makes no difference. Hence there is nothing to define the personality as neither a winner or a loser, and so the belief that it is you is phased out. The graphic is grabbed from Ello.

NOTA BENE:
The personality is constructed by excluding what is judged to be bad from what you believe to be by projecting it on somebody you perceive to be different from you, for example due to colour, culture, clothes or haircut. Hence they as the bad ones become a contrasting background for you as the good one. But to keep up this image of you as the good one, you must always look for something bad in a world judged to be outside of you.

If you, on the other hand, do not exclude what is judged to be bad by projecting it onto others, there does not seem to somebody who can attest to you as the good one. Hence you cannot uphold the belief in being someone definitive and so nothing appears to hide the formlessness of oneness. That is if nothing else is excluded. In most cases, though not excluding something at all but including everything does not happen overnight. No worries. Time is an illusion, so the moment you are willing to include everything*, the personality is phased out – also if this appears to happen over time in a world perceived to be outside of you.

*) See Inclusiveness is a state of not-knowing – and that is pure bliss about how to include a contrast to entering a state of not knowing, and check Willingness to not exclude but include undoes the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one about willingness.

NOTE: This article is part of hack #3.4 Phasing out the personality by not being exclusive.

Nobody can leave a world where there seems to be more than one

As Alexius did not care about his appearance on this selfie, there was no need of using thoughts to construct a specific look of a non-teacher. This does not mean that there were no thoughts at all. There probably was. Yet there was no ´I´ with a need to use them for making up a special image. And though it may seem special due to the manipulation of it in Photoshop, there was no other intention behind this than having fun going with the flow. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The special self loves to say things like ´I want to undo my belief in being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one,´ because by saying so it does not only confirm to exist but to be special as well. And it does not risk to undo the belief, that this is so because establishing itself as an ´I´ this belief is not the slightest bit undone. On the contrary, it is enhanced. This it hides by claiming the ´I´ is going to be transformed into something higher and more spiritual. This, however, will never happen because there is no ´I´ so there is nothing to transform.

Complete inclusiveness leaves nothing to be defined, so the illusionary existence of what and where you believe to be is exposed. What cannot be exposed, though, is that which has no need to be defined or to exist. Actually, it has no needs at all, as it is that which is one and it takes more than one to have a need.

An ´I´ cannot appear to be there without somebody or something else to attest to it, so when all experiences of a world outside of you is included, there is nothing to define something outside of you. And as there is no inside without an outside*, there is nothing at all. Hence there does not appear to be something hiding that which always is and always was, since it is formless and therefore endless, namely that which is one.

To not care about thoughts and feelings as talked about in the above is not the same as you observe them since that implies somebody is doing this and the belief in being someone definitive therefore is enhanced.

Not caring about thoughts and feelings is not based on a decision made by somebody made, but that there is nobody believing to be anybody. Hence there is no ´I´ with a need to use thoughts and feelings for the creation of a specific personality, and so what seems to be possible to accomplish with the use of them has no appeal.

You may find inspiration for leaving behind thoughts and feelings in the article Every moment is the perfect moment – also for dying in the rainforest.

There is nothing, that you need to avoid – neither any thought or feeling, so you do not have to suppress feelings of hatred and whatnot. And there is nothing you specifically need to do in order to undo the belief in being someone definitive but to include everything. And that is not something you do, but that you do not exclude anything. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

That is unless you start believing, they can help you to fulfil a special dream of for example love, health or wealth, and in your eagerness to make the dream come true by selecting the right thoughts and feelings via the exclusion of the wrong ones, you forget that the price of exclusion is loneliness and that no love, health or wealth can solve that.

Instead, you assume, that it is a matter of getting enough of it, but as long as you operate under the assumption that there is more to be and have, no matter how much more you appear to become or get in a world experienced to be outside of you, it is not enough.

This is not to say, that what you look for is to be found inside. There is nothing but empty space inside as well as outside of what you appear to be. In other words, your appearance in a tangible body is an illusion and so is being healthy and making love or money.

Yet you should not neglect the body, or miss an opportunity for making love or lots of money, when you appear to be someone definitive, because this is your chance to not exclude but include whatever you think and feel about it. And as inclusion undoes separation, there is no inside or outside. Hence there is nothing to hide the formlessness of oneness.

Not caring about thoughts and feelings, which is a state of not-knowing, has like any other state a beginning and therefore also an end.

And like everything else in a world where there seems to be more than one it is completely forgotten, when there is no more need to be and have more than that which is one, since it takes more than one to be in any kind of state.

There is not a definitive way to not care about thoughts and feelings, as that would require them to be used in a specific way and thus boost the belief in being someone special instead of undoing it.

Alexius pretends to be in a world where there seems to be more than one and space. And as where he pretends to be, he is not, he does not believe to be there, nor somewhere else, as it requires more than one to be somewhere, and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

That is why Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings do not require you to following a specific set of rules. What you need to follow is not definable and cannot be followed, since it is that which is one and it takes more than one to follow something.

Fortunately, there is no need to follow it, as it is formless and therefore endless so that which is you is the formlessness of oneness. Hence that which is you is not in a world where there seems to be more than one, so no miracle is needed to leave or transcend such a world. It is only the belief, that it is there, which needs to be undone.

As there could not be a non-teacher without a non student and vice versa, they are like two sides of the same coin. In other words, if one side is completely included, the apparent difference between the two sides is cancelled out.

See the below box for a short intro to some ways of undoing the belief in being someone definitive. And check hack #1-3 and 8, if you want to read more detailed about them.

You can never leave a world where there seems to be more than one, because that which is you is no different from that which is one, so you are not there. It is all make-believe. This belief, however, will be undone, when there is no need to appear as if you are more than others. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Since that which is you is no different from that which is one and it takes more than one to be somewhere, you cannot be anywhere. In other words it makes no sense to talk about leaving a world where there seems to be more than one, unless you believe, it is possible to be more than that which is one. And if so, it is this belief that needs to be undone.

You can for example pretend to be someone definitive, and as what you pretend to be you are not, the more you pretend it the less you believe to be someone definitive.

Or you can perceive everything you experience in a world where there seems to be more than one as a symbol of that which is one. which means the apparent differences in such a world does not make a difference, and so there is no basis for believing to be someone definitive.

Or as the belief in being someone definitive is founded on exclusion, you can include what has been excluded, so that there is nothing to define you and thus nothing to support the belief in being someone definitive.

NOTE: This article is part of hack #3.2: Inclusiveness is pure bliss.

It is NOT about making a difference

When you do not look for appearances, but that what makes it possible to experience them, you see that the apparent difference between your appearance and others makes no difference. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When you do not look for appearances, but that which makes it possible to experience them, you see that the apparent difference between your appearance and others makes no difference because we are all symbols of that which cannot appear, namely the formlessness of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from Ello.

Those who are gathering in groups of nationalism, capitalism, socialism or any other kind of ism tend to manifest their specific group by eliminating everything that is not in line with its ideas.

Those believing in specific philosophical, political or religious ideas often despise those thinking differently from themselves, and consider them to be enemies, who must to converted to the right way in order to get rid of evil. Basically though it is just a way of hiding their own feeling of inferiority.

An ism starts by dividing the world into right and wrong, and then exclude everything judged to be wrong from the group of people belonging to the ism by projecting it onto other groups, who are not only seen as wrong but also evil, as it is often experienced to be a fight between good and evil.

When the fight is over, the winning part will claim to be the good people, who have turned the world into a better place by doing the right thing – or rather have turned their part of the world into the best place by projecting their hate onto everything that appears different from them.

Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, however, is not a new ism, where you have to change or get rid of something bad in order to make the world better. There is no goal, but to undo the belief that the apparent differences in the world make a difference because then there is nothing to define you as someone definitive

This should not be understood as it does not make a difference whether you have enough money or not if there is gasoline in your car or not, you are beaten up or not and so on. But that it does not make a difference how this seems to make you feel when you do not believe to be someone definitive.

You cannot go wrong if you are inclusive, because that is included
When Henry Ford invented a faster vehicle than a horse-driving carriage, it was not just an improvement of this kind of transportation. He surpassed it and invented a new way of transportation.

The slow way of meditation is comparable to a horse-driving carriage and Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings to the much faster automobile. Mostly because meditation and other exotic ideas from ancient times generally are based on the idea, that the exclusion of something bad will result in something good, which is a contradiction to life because it is not exclusive but inclusive.

Nowadays are not for excluding the past and the future in order to live in the now, but to include everything, because life is not exclusive. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Nowadays is not for excluding the past and the future in order to live in the now, because life is not exclusive but inclusive. The graphic is grabbed from Ello.

That being said, if you prefer to go the slow way of meditation, by all means, go for it. Time is make-believe and so is exclusion, because there is no more than one perpetual present.

Unfortunately, though meditation and most other so-called spiritual practices are set up in a way so that you cannot help doing something wrong and therefore causing it to not to work. But implementing Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings you can never fail.

In the context of this article, Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are about undoing the belief in linear time and separation by including the past as well as the future, good as well as evil and the person next to you, as if it is you. In order to do this you do not need to change the world or what you appear to, but to include your perception of it undiminished and unedited. If you somehow mess it up, you just include your failure. And if you forget that, you include it when you remember it – or simply include your forgetfulness and/or imperfection.

In other words, inclusiveness is not about perfection, but including your shortcomings. Yet you do not have to be inclusive at a specific time in a specific place with special people. Should there be something you are not willing to include, you include your unwillingness. You just cannot go wrong by being inclusive, not even if you forget it most of the time, because if so you include that as well*.

Inclusiveness is the door to that which is you
Inclusiveness starts by experiencing the apparent differences of the world – otherwise, there would be nothing to include. To experience something to be good for example, you must exclude its opposite, bad, so that the excluded provides the background for what you want to experience – just like you exclude the white background that contrasts these black letters in order to read this article.

To experience positivity, negativity must be excluded. If both are included they annihilate each other in just one flash. The more both sides of contrasts are included, the less there is to define a world of time and space. Eventually, there is nothing to hide that there never has been anything else than the formlessness of oneness. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Next, you include what you excluded. In the context of reading this article, you include the white background of the black letters, so that you are left with nothing to focus on and therefore no article to read. In other words, by including the excluded, the apparent difference between the opposite sides of a contrast does not make a difference. They cancel each other out, so there is nothing to experience, neither an experiencer. That is of course if you go all the way and in the context of this example totally include the white background of the black letters.

Try to completely include these letters and you will start to defocus, because the complete inclusion of a one side of a contrast automatically includes the other side, as they are two sides of the same coin. Hence the more you include, the less there is to focus o. When there is not something to focus on nothing hides that which cannot be focused on, namely the formlessness of oneness.

It is not about making the personality better, transform it or doing something at all, but about undoing the belief that you are someone definitive. The graphic is grabbed from Ello.

It is not about making the personality better, transforming it or doing the right thing, but about undoing the belief, that you are someone at all. The graphic is grabbed from Ello.

Most likely you do not go all the way at once. No worries. It does not important how much time it seems to take. Time is an illusion. Besides, it is not about perfection. You do not even have to figure out both sides of a contrast in order to completely include it. You can just include the part of the contrast, you are aware of. If these black letters, for example, are completely included, their contrast – whether you are aware of it or not – is also included, because without it you cannot see the black letters.

So the more the black letters are included, the more they blur out, and the more it becomes impossible to focus on their distinctive features and therefore to project meaning onto them. The same applies to include the feeling of pain and whatnot.

You cannot experience more without excluding of what you do not want to experience, so the choice between separation and oneness is a question of more or not.

When something loses its distinctive features, it does not differ from other appearances anymore. Hence there is nothing to acknowledge the belief in separation, and suffering, which is caused by this belief, fades out. This does not mean, however, that the appearance of you as someone definitive also fades out. It probably remains just the same.

No pain no gain, only applies if you want to be and have more than that which is you.

No gain without pain means that you cannot be or have more than that which is one without pain, because without it, you do not feel to exists as someone definitive.

But it means that pain, for example, does not have to be replaced by relief, because you do not perceive this contrast to be separated in two. Thus there is no relief to wait for and therefore no problem to solve or something to search for. In other words, whatever problem you seem to have, it contains the resolution.

Most do not feel anything fully, as it is more important for them to be in control. That is why they do not know what devotion is, because it is to go all the way – and doing so you lose yourself, or rather what you believed to be.

You just devote yourself so much to a problem, that there is nothing but that because without a contrast it cannot be experienced as if it is there. For this to work, however, it is a prerequisite, that you do not look for problems or solutions to define you as someone definitive – or pain to magically disappears, as it is not the pain but the definition of it as something specific that disappears so that there is not something to cause suffering.

When the belief in being someone definitive is completely undone, whatever you believed to be is no more and never was, because formlessness is endless and therefore everything, so all there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When the belief in being someone definitive is completely undone, whatever you believed to be is no more and never was, because the formless of oneness is endless and therefore everything. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The transition from believing to be someone definitive to having this belief completely undone is very abrupt, but this you do not know, because the belief in being someone definitive is undone, so whatever you believed to be does not hide that there never was, is or will be no more than the formlessness of that which is one, as formlessness is endless and therefore everything.

This is not a way to experience the formlessness of oneness. There is no such way. It cannot be experienced, as it takes more than one to experience something. But it is a way to experience, that there is no more than that which is one, because that is what you experience, when indifferent to the apparent differences of a world where there seems to be more than one.

When differences iare not perceived to make a diffeerence, you cannot go wrong, because it makes no difference.

When differences are not perceived to make a difference, you cannot go wrong, because it makes no difference. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

*) That you cannot go wrong when you are inclusive also applies to the other ways of hacking the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one, namely pretending to be someone definitive, seeing everything in a world of duality as symbols of non-duality and alone together.

Regarding the enlightenment of that which is one, you simply do nothing. See

NOTE: This article is part of hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is pure bliss.

Willingness to not exclude but to include undoes the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one

The more inclusive you are, the less the apparent difference between inside and outside appears to make a difference. Consequently, there is no experience of a world outside of you – neither inside, as without an outside, there is no inside. In other words, when not excluding thoughts and feelings by justifying them with a world perceived to be outside of you, the fantasy of being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is over. This does not mean that it is replaced by that which is one because there never was and never will be more than that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When we believe to be somebody special in a world where there seems to be more than one, we must constantly tell stories where we as the key figure make everything right, or refer to stories of others that reflect on ourselves as someone special, so that we appear to make a difference and therefore can confirm the belief that we are someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

The complete inclusion of feelings cancels out the sense of within and without, so that there is not something appearing to hide, there is nothing but the formlessness of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The need to compose and communicate stories with you as someone definitive in an external world will fade out, the more there is willingness to not exclude but include the thoughts and feelings popping up, as the less there is an experience of an external world. Neither internal, since without an outside, there is no inside. Thus inclusiveness undoes the belief, that there is more than the formlessness of that which is one.

But if there is no need to be someone at all, there is no urge to share stories with somebody appearing to be in a physical, astral or online world. And so the story that cannot be told, since it is a state of not-knowing, is all that remains. See the article Inclusiveness is a state of not-knowing – and that is pure bliss for more about a state of not-knowing.

Trying to manifest yourself as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, is like trying to be someone in a dream. It is not possible, because there is nothing there. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The conclusion of this is not, that you must stop telling stories about your latest achievements or those you hope to come if you want the bliss of being in a state of not-knowing. Alexius´ hacks to undo the belief in being someone definitive are not about stopping or avoiding anything, since that involves exclusion and thus enhances the belief in being someone definitive. Neither are they about transforming sex or something else but including everything as it appears to be, as that leaves nothing to define you as someone definitive.

So you can go on telling stories of you as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one – not anymore though with the intent of confirming the apparent separation of you and others, but of including those who appear in the stories. This has nothing to do with embracing them, since that enhances the belief in you as someone definitive, whereas inclusion exposes both the appearance of you and others as but empty space.

In most cases, however, we are not willing to include everything, as this leaves nothing to define us. We do not want to be nobody, so we persist in being somebody by excluding whatever it takes to make a difference for our kids, pets, work associates or somebody else in a world where there seems to be more than one.

No worries. If you acknowledge, that you are not willing to include everything, you are including the moment as it is, and thus entering the road of inclusiveness. See also A perfect moment does not require learning – only inclusion.

All the troubles and worries, that seem to come our way, are the illusions we have chosen to make up our road of inclusiveness, so welcome them by being willing to include them.

On the road of inclusiveness all sharing, communication and whatnot are something you pretend to do for or with others* because there is nothing outside of you, that is not you. You are alone together** in a fantasy world where you seem to be separated from the formlessness of that which is one in a world where there seems to be more than one.

You may at first feel very sad when you start realising, that you are not someone definitive. But when fully realised, you do not care – or rather there is nobody to care. That is the peace of oneness. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Yet, you are not alone. It is not possible, as that requires more than one and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. And this is why it is so peaceful not trying to be and have more than that which is one. At first thought it may not seem so, because when you do not believe, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, there is nothing to hope for, which seems very depressing until you realise, that without hope there is nothing to fear – and so there is peace.***

If you want to have the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one undone, it does not matter whether you appear to have positive or negative thoughts, feelings of love, hate and whatnot, as long as they are not excluded by justifying them with a world experienced to be external.

Be aware, that the above is not meant to be the ultimate explanation about a world where there seems to be more than one, neither is it meant to be correct, because nothing can explain why you believe to be someone definitive in a such a world, since that is not possible, as that which is you are no different from the formlessness of that which is one and it takes more than one to believe, you are someone definitive.****

Nothing can explain, how come you believe to be someone definitive, because it is not possible, as that which is you are no different from that which is one and it takes more than one to be someone. For the same reason, no explanation of which is one is correct. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Nor are any explanations or descriptions in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings of that which is one correct, because that which is one cannot be explained or described, as that requires more than one.

For the same reason, it is not possible to replace the belief in being someone definitive with pretending to be that, as often suggested in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings.* But since you think you are reading this, you believe to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, and so replacing that belief with the belief that you just pretend to be someone there is useful in undoing it, because what and where you pretend to be, you are not.

Using Alexius duality hacks is not like using hacks to expand the mind – for example nootropics and LSD. They do not expand anything, neither do they improve the body or something else. Instead they undo the belief, that you are someone definitive in a body, whether that appears to be in a mundane or astral world.

In other words, you can keep your name and the clothes the body wears. And you do not need to become vegan or stop being it, as everything in a world where there seems to be more than one is equally illusionary. The hacks use whatever illusion, you seem to be involved in to undo it.

All the other hacks in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings (see the table of contents), except the enlightenment of that which is one, are no different from hacking the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one by not being exclusive but inclusive (hack #3). They all transfer you to a state of not-knowing from where the apparent differences in the world are not perceived to make a difference, so there does not appear to be more than one.

In a world where there seems to be more than one everything has a beginning an end, so it is not possible to a continuous state of not-knowing. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Nobody in a world where there seems to be more than one is walking around in a continuous state of not-knowing. To remain in the world – whether in a mundane or so-called spiritual way – you must constantly confirm that every one make a difference. And as that is not confirmed in a state of not-knowing, it will be on and off, until you are not willing to confirm, there is more than one. In that case, however, there is no more to state to be in, as it takes more than one to be in any kind of state

Hence there is nothing to hide that which always is, since it is formless and therefore endless, namely that which is one.

Yet you cannot remain in this state very long, because to appear as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, you must constantly confirm its apparent differences to make a difference. Hence this state is on and off until you are not willing to perceive the apparent differences to make a difference. Yet just a split second of it makes the time off from it much lighter.

This does not mean, however, that this will make you stay in a state of not-knowing, as when you for a shorter time – about 20 minutes, 45 minutes at the most – do not perceive differences to make a difference, there is no memory of a world where there seems to be more than one, and as it takes more than one to be in any kind of state, there is no state to be in.

Your existence as someone special is make-believe, which you try to make real with a list of made-up problems – like not being rich enough, pretty enough, young enough, clever enough and spiritual enough – so there always is something to fix.

That is, until you do not try to exclude what you judge to be wrong by blaming others for it but completely include it, so that there are no appearances to define you as someone definitive, and hence nothing appears to hide the formlessness of oneness.

For the same reason there is not someone to be and hence no consciousness to hide, there never was and never will be more than that which is one. Until then, let the memories of being nobody remind you, that although you seem to be separated from that which is one, this separation is make-belief and using Alexius´ hacks it will be undone.

When you do not believe to be disassociated from the different appearances that you experience to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, you are alone together with them. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

How to not be fearful but blissful

To deny hate is to deny love because they are two sides of the same coin. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

When a feeling, for example hate, is wholly justified with something in a world experienced to be outside of you, it seems to be transferred from what is believed to be you to something that is not believed to be you. This includes love as well because when hate cannot be experienced internally neither can its contrast love. In other words, hate and love do not seem to in you but a world outside of you.

But as these emotions only are excluded from your awareness, they are still in you. Not in the shape of hate and love though but of fear, because having justified hatred with something in an external world, you are scared of what it will do to you in return, so from the emptiness generated by your apparent dissociation from hate/love, fear pops up again and again.

Exclusiveness generates a belief in scarcity, contrary to inclusiveness that generates nothing, so there is not something to miss – and that is pure bliss.

Emptiness, however, is also the result of the full inclusion of hate, since that leaves nothing to contrast love, so neither that or hatred is experienced to exist at all. This emptiness, however, is not full of fear but bliss, as it is not based on the suppression of feelings but the transparency of exposing them as empty space.

In a state of not-knowing nothing seems to be different from you –and that is pure bliss Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Inclusiveness is pure bliss. That is, if everything excluded is not included, because when everything is included, there is nothing but the formlessness of that which is one, since it takes more than one to be blissful. In other words, by slowly including what has been excluded from your personality, moments of bliss will come and go in a world where there seems to be more than one, until there is no more to include and therefore not something to hide, there is no more than that which is one.

In this state of emptiness, everything in a world where there seems to be more than one is perceived as empty space in the sense that nothing seems to make sense. As it is a state of not-knowing, you cannot know how long you are in it. But measured in the linear time, it is not that long – at least not if you want to go on appearing as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, as then everything must constantly be perceived to make a difference.

A world where there seems to be more than one only appears to be there, because you want to believe, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Hence you imagine to be someone in a world in the empty space outside of the formlessness of that which is one, but there is nothing outside of it because since formlessness is endless. Nor is there something inside, as without an outside there is no inside.

When returning to the imagination of a world where there seems to be more than one, it is like empty space is being filled with clouds, and the more they are divided in contrasts like good and bad, light and dark, past and future and so on, the more you appear to be in a substantial world where there seems to be more than one.

Without contrast, this cat would disappear in empty space. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Although the world appears to be just like before you entered a state of not-knowing, you are approaching it less emotionally. This does not mean, there are no emotions, but that you play with them instead of them playing with you. That may offend a lot, but that is not a problem, because the more you are inclusive, the less there is a need to a be part of a world where there seems to be more than one.

In most cases, though hate is not entirely but partially excluded so that a piece of it can be used to contrast a bit of love, and thereby ratify the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one. Just like the white background of these black letters is partially excluded, so that it can contrast the letters shaping this article into an article appearing to be right in front of you.

The less the opposing elements of a contrast appear to make a difference, the less they produce meaning – and since bliss does not come from something but nothing, the more bliss there is.

If the background, on the other hand, is completely excluded, there is not something to contrast the letters. Hence they disappear in a gap of nothingness, which seems very scaring for those seeking meaning and consistency, but very blissful for those seeking nothing.

When the apparent separation between the opposing sides of a contrast is undone via the full inclusion of one of them, the judge in you is out of work, as without separation there is nothing to judge – and that is pure bliss. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The full inclusion of a feeling requires that it is totally felt internally. But as hate, which is the example used in this article, has been completely excluded from what you believe to be by justifying it with something perceived to be outside of you, you have dissociated yourself from not only hate but also its contrast love plus a bunch of other emotions since the dissociation of the contrast of hate and love rubs off on others.

This results in emotional numbness, where only the fear or anger of the external appearance(s), that was used to justify the feeling of hate, seems to come through. No worries. If you are nothing but that fear and/or anger, there is no room for the justification and the hate it seemed to transfer to an external world, so it is not experienced to exist inside or outside of you. The same applies to love since there is no hate contrasting it.

In a state of not-knowing you are powerless, because you do not know what and where you are. Hence you are not aware, that you are in a pool of bliss, before it is over and blissful memories pops up from when you did not believe to be someone definitive.

As the resulting emptiness is not founded on exclusion but inclusion, it is not fear but bliss that pops up from it.

A sure way to not exclude but include is to not know what is going on, as that means there is not something to exclude.

It requires much effort to be exclusive, whereas inclusiveness requires none because you are inclusive when you are not exclusive. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If you by reflex exclude specific feelings, as soon as they pop up, and at the same moment forget why and how no need to change that. And should the above about including your justifications seem a bit too complicated, no need to improve your understanding or anything else.

The hacks in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are not about correcting your mistakes in a world where there seems to be more than one, but the belief that you are someone there.

In other words, whatever you seem to be in a world where there seems to be more than one needs no correction – only the belief that you are someone definitive and not the formlessness of that which is one needs to be corrected. And that it is when you include entirely, what you experience to be in this very moment.

When you cannot remember what you included, it has been completely included.

If you are not aware of what you re at this moment, this is what you include by completely being it, which you are when there is a willingness to be so.

Bliss is the natural outcome of not believing to be someone definitive. This you do not believe when the excitement of feeling something specific is not appealing.

As this willingness cancels out the included feeling as well as its contrast, and like the inclusion of one feeling momentary rubs off on others, the result is not that you embrace yourself, but that you are emptied out and therefore not definable as someone definitive. It is this emptiness that is pure bliss.

Willingness to totally include the moment as it undoes the belief in being someone definitive. This willingness, however, nobody has, but by admitting that, you are including the moment as it is. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The willingness, however, often comes from being willing to admit, that you are not willing to be completely inclusive because even though it results in pure bliss, it is the end of you as someone definitive since bliss is the absence of being someone at all.

APPENDIX:
If you think, you are in a joyful mood because of the sunset or the sensation of the wind touching your warm body, you are justifying the feeling of joy and thereby dissociating yourself from it in proportion to how much it is justified to be caused by something perceived to be outside of you.

This you probably choose in order to distance yourself from being too joyful, because that would blow you away, so there would be nobody left to control your appearance as sexy and good-looking in the sunset – or in the future setups you have planned to be staged in as someone special in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Formlessness is that which is one, because if it was more than one, it would not be formless. And that is why it is nothing but peace.

In other words, the imagination of being someone definitive seems more exciting than the peace of formlessness, which cannot be imagined, neither experienced, since it takes more than one to imagine or experience something and what is formless cannot be more than one.

Those who believe to be somebody interesting only care for those, who can make them appear more interesting. That means they only care for illusions, because life is not interesting, since it that which is one and it takes more than one to be interesting. So be happy, when nobody seems to be interested in you.

But as formlessness is endless and therefore everything, whatever is imagined or experienced is make-believe. Hence there is nothing to plan or hope for but illusions.
