+ To be nobody and yet somebody (DRAFT)

Reality has nothing to say but ´I am here ´ as it takes more than one to go anywhere, and it is that which is one and. For the same reason, where it is cannot be known. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If you are a long-time reader of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, you may skip the first part of this article and start with the paragraph. It is easy to connect with the empty breath when not looking for something.

It is the brain that and nobody else that tells you to experience someone as stupid or bright, for example. It will also suggest how you should deal with that. Whether you consider or reject the suggestions, you are well entangled in the game of the brain, which is to make you believe that you are separated from what you experience so you appear to be someone separated from a world that seems to be outside of you.

This is not to say, that there are ways to escape that game, except, of course, to die. You must play the game of the brain if you want to go on as if you are someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. If you do the brain rewards you with shots of happiness.

Like in other games, the end is built into the game of the brain, so you do not have to feel you are stuck in it. When your time is up, you forget everything about a world where there seems to be more than one and thus about you being someone, so nobody appears to hide there never was or will be more than that which is one.

Until then, you have much fun appearing to be in the game if you perceive the experiences the brain fabricates of it as they are, and not as they ought to be according to a special belief system like socialism, capitalism, Buddhism or any other ism.

In the case, your perception relates to the experiences as they are, regardless it is in a negative or positive way, you are not someone definitive but someone relative to the brain (read more about that here), that supports you with shots of happiness. If your perception does not relate to the experiences as they are but to a belief system of yours, this system seems to establish you as someone special in charge of its own life. But since it never turns out as it ought to be, you do not feel happy but frustrated. Read more about that here.

If you connect with the empty breath you are not relative to the brain anymore, nor independent of it because you are nobody and thus not somebody in the experiences created by the brain, although you appear to be there. In other words, you are in the world of the brain but not of it.

This, however, is only possible for 20 minutes, 45 at most, at a time if you want to be able again to have a conscious experience of being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one (see the end of this article). Fortunately, it is possible to get around this by quickly shifting between the conscious experience of being someone and having no consciousness of what and where you appear to be. This is what we explore in the below:

When not concentrating, you ´see´ the appearances in this image simultaneously. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

It is easy to connect with the empty breath when not looking for something
If not constructing a perception your experiences that leave out what does not make sense according to a particular belief system like socialism or capitalism, for example, the unedited energy of them will ignite a take-off to the empty breath, if you go with the flow of it.

Connecting with it may at first feel as if you have two kinds of breaths. One that is well known and that you probably, out of habit, force through the body until you are willing to not do anything so the empty breath can take over at its own pace. The breath may seem slower than you are used to and with a more extended break in between them. It is very gentle and without the insistence of a deep breath.

Physically speaking the empty breath is best felt when the air is coming in and out through the nose and not the mouth. But not as if it is you doing the breathing, but a ´generator´ in the abdomen from where it, very gently, first expands the abdomen, secondly the belly and lastly the chest before it after a short break goes the other way to contract the body. And then on and on. It feels like there is hardly any air coming in and out of the nose but that it remains as a stream within the body.

Please be aware, that this is not a factual description of how breathing is carried out when the empty breath is in the driving seat, but a description of what it may feel like. It could also be that you feel it as if the generator is in the chest. Sometimes this is how it feels for Alexius. Hence you should not try to replicate the way described here but inspire you to do nothing, so the empty breath can fill you with the bliss of nothing.

That being said, the above is not something you need to remember and strictly follow. The empty breath does not know what you believe in doing. The only thing required for the connection to work is a willingness to go with the flow.

Although the empty breath has nothing to give but emptiness, it feels like you get more energy. Maybe because the lack of something dissolves the tensions in the body that restricts a full breath. As emptiness is powerless, the empty breath cannot do this without your permission. If you are not ready to give that, it may take some time before you feel more energetic. No worries. Time is an illusion. However, let us get practical and talk about how to get there:

When the breath expands the body from the abdomen to the chest, you follow a flow from the abdomen to the top of the head while you stick to the thoughts and/or feelings popping up without making a perception of them that excludes what you judge to be politically incorrect. At the top of the head, the gentle explosion of the unedited energy of thoughts and feelings erases the perception of your experience as something, so you are in the bliss of nothing and thus indifferent to being someone definitive.

This state of not-knowing remains while following the flow of breath down to the abdomen, and repeatedly going up and down, provided you do not perceive an appearance, your spouse for example, to make a difference.

This should not be understood as a state of not-knowing is in the flow of the physical breath – just like the music you turn on by hitting a button is not in that action. A state of not-knowing is nowhere in particular and therefore obscured by the experiences of time and space, that seems to confirm you as someone definitive in a tangible world.

Following the rhythm of the breath as described above or in the other articles in the below links hypnotises the brain, so it forgets to continually produce a conscious experience of you as someone separated from others by time and space. Since this is the primary purpose of following the breath, it is not essential to do it in the exact same the way you interpret it should be done according to the explanations in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings.

Check out the below articles about how to ignite a take-off to the empty breath

If you think you will find something better around the next corner, you will probably not notice the empty breath, because it is not behind anything but before everything. It is the frequencies of nothingness hitting the senses, that the brain uses to fabricate an image of you as someone definitive in a world defined by time and space. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The empty breath is nothing so looking for something you miss it
Although being in the bliss of nothing is simple and straightforward, it may seem complicated if you are conditioned with the ideas of controlling and/or stopping thoughts because controlling or preventing something is not possible in the nothingness of bliss.

Neither is it beneficial for getting there. On the contrary. It is when you do not try to stop thoughts or in any other way focus on them, that they are free to speed up until the explosion of their unedited energy ignites a take-off to the empty breath, and thus to the blissful state of not-knowing. In short, it is not focussing but defocusing that will get you to a state of not-knowing in which there is nobody to be conscious of thoughts and feelings.

The apparent difference between a boy or a girl, for example, must be upheld as real to sustain the belief, that you are someone definitive in a world defined by time and space. This difference remains precisely the same when connected with the empty breath, but due to its indifference, your it is not judged to make a difference. Thus the belief in being someone definitive fades out.

The flow of the empty breath is flexible
Being defocused, you may forget the above description of going up and down in alignment with the rhythm of the breath and instead go the other way around. Or the distance of going up and down may be diminished or enlarged, so when going up you pass the top of the head and going down, you go below the abdomen. No worries. There is nobody to notice the apparent difference. Thus it makes no difference.

The brain will try to process a state of not-knowing into an experience of something instead of nothing by babling about awakening, coming from pure essence, heart (read more about that here) or whatnot, so the image it has fabricated of you as someone definitive is confirmed as real and thus obscure, it is made from out of nothing. Read more about that here.

So just connect with the empty breath and go with the flow as it comes to you. Having done that a few times, you automatically return to the empty breath, whenever you prefer to perceive problems as nothing instead of something.

When not perceiving the contrast of up and down to make a difference, the world is not experienced to make sense and thus not to hide that both the senses and what they seem to pick up are nothing but empty space. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The flow of going up and down
Instead of remaining in a state of not-knowing after going down to the abdomen when the breath contracts the body, you can return to the conscious experience of being someone definitive, when you leave the abdomen and with the expansion of the body goes up to the head again. Leaving a state of not-knowing, you do by perceiving yourself to make a difference.

From the conscious experience of being someone definitive, you can again return to a state of not-knowing, which is done by not perceiving the thoughts and feelings constituting the experience of being someone to be something specific. Thus you leave the head with no specific thoughts and feelings when the body contracts and go with the flow of the breath down to the abdomen where you go up with the flow to the head and the conscious experience of you as someone definitive – and so on.

Having been in this flow for a while, it becomes automatic. Thus you appear to be someone who is conscious of itself but does not know what it means. In other words, you are in the world but not of it.

When not connected with the empty breath, grudges and so-called negative thoughts keep popping up as before. But as the after-effect of the connection is happiness you do not bother.

You cannot know when you are connected with the empty breath because being that, you are in a state of not-knowing. Nor can you know who it is that is following the breath up and down because this contrast, in a short time, cancels out itself (read more about that here), so there is not someone going anywhere.

As time is an illusion, the contrast making up the flow has already been cancelled out or more to the point, this or any other contrast has never existed because there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. But while you believe there is more than one, enjoy the flow of going up and down.

No more than that which is one
Should you forget to follow the flow and thus forget about the empty breath, there is no reason to condemn yourself for that, because there is no self. It takes more than one to be or have a self, and as there is no more than that which is one, any kind of self is make-believe. For the same reason remembering the empty breath is also make-believe. Read more about the illusion of experiences here:

Nevertheless, remembering the empty breath makes it easier to not believe that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. And not believing it, you do not experience a world where there seems to be more than one as something but nothing. Hence you enter the bliss of emptiness.

If you stay in this state of not-knowing for more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, at a time the brain falls into a coma and, therefore, is unable to make the experiences that seem to manifest you as someone definitive. Thus there does not appear to be something hiding there never was and or will be more than that which is one. Hardly anybody, however, stays that long at a time in a state of not-knowing. But maybe long enough to sense that this is so.

See the hack 20 minutes, 45 at most, in Extra Duality Hacks or read the below articles

APPENDIX:
If you try to make the empty breath follow the physical breath, you are not connected with the empty breath. On the contrary. You fend it off because it has nothing to do with bodily preoccupation. Actually, you will never know if the physical breath and the empty breath are aligned because when connected with the empty breath, you are in a state of not-knowing.

Thus the explanations in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings about how it feels to be connected with the empty breath are based on Alexius memories of being that. But since he was not aware of the physical breath in the connectedness with the empty breath and since anything in the after-effect of the connection is perceived as it is what it is, it does not matter to him if they are aligned or not. They probably are, though.

In the article The bliss of nothing, you can read more about the after-effect of a state of not-knowing.

BM [+] In the indifference of the empty breath, all conditionings fade away (DRAFT)

Everything fabricated – like for example this illustration of a yin-yang sign – is supposed to have a special appearance, so that the experience of it supplies the belief, that you are somebody. But this is not the purpose of the empty breath. On the contrary. Its purpose is to undo the belief, that you are someone at all, which it does by helping you to see, that the apparent differences in the world do not make a difference, so it does not matter whether anything appears perfect or not. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When people tell you to slow down and relax via mindfulness or whatnot, they sabotage the fastest way to take it easy, because that comes from not stopping the speed of thoughts and feelings so you lose the control of them and therefore no longer can prevent them from igniting a take-off to the empty breath (read more about that here), that synchronises the low-frequency world of the outer senses with the high-frequency world of the inner senses, so speedy thoughts and feelings are not felt to cause stress but tranquillity.

At times, however, you may feel so angry about somebody that you do not want this to happen because it will make you indifferent and thus without the anger needed to punish them. So you prevent the aggressive energy inside of you from igniting a take-off to the empty breath by projecting it on those judged to have caused it. But doing so, you first and foremost punish yourself, because we receive what we give (read more about that here).

This goes on until you do not project your feelings onto others but keep them in you so the unedited energy of them can ignite a take-off to the empty breath.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The empty breath undoes your conditioned belief in being someone definitive because it sets in before there is a conscious recognition of being someone definitive. Read more about it here.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The connectedness with the empty breath – either through surfing its waves, being in its transparent sound, the swing of it, or the sparkling force behind these rhythmic movements (read more about that here) – is not a feeling that can be fabricated like for example a romantic evening generated by candles, special clothes, music and red wine. On the contrary. It is felt, when instead of busy trying to produce a specific feeling, the frenetic energy is used as a take-off to the empty breath.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Focus, control, balance and any kind of adjustment are counterproductive in regards to igniting a take-off to the empty breath, as it has no specific form or centre and totally moves on its own accord.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The swing of the inner breath may be experienced abruptly – like in this animation but probably a lot slower – in a s body with muscles problems from for example psoas or diafragma. There is no reason though trying to make it swing more smoothly by improving the condition of the body. The inner breath always adjust itself to the current condition of the body, so no matter how it moves it results in the same joy, providing you are not looking to be perfect.

In a sick body, the swing of the empty breath may be experienced to come in bursts – a bit like in this animation but probably slower. But no matter how restricted the swing of it is experienced, the connection with it will always entail indifference, so if you stick with that the way it is experienced makes no difference. The animation is grabbed from the web.

Not feeling the swing of the empty breath as described in the previous article, What does ´the empty breath´ feel like? may be due to trying too hard, focussing on it, or assuming the experience of it will make you feel something special. In these cases, you try to fabricate a specific feeling yourself, but the feeling of the empty breath cannot be made up, nor is it something definitive.

The same applies if you erupt the natural flow by taking deep breaths, shortening, pushing or holding it back. This will make you appear to be the master of it and thus enhance the sense of being an autonomous creature with a will of its own instead of a medium for the empty breath.

Basically, however, there is only one reason for not feeling the empty breath, namely that you want to feel it, which is only possible when you believe to be something instead of nothing. In other words, to feel the empty breath, you must step aside.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

In hack #4.3 To be a basic self is to be good enough, you can read more about how the mix of a physical symptom and your worries about it develops a psychosomatic disorder, that only can be healed when dealing with the physical manifestation in a physical way and the psychological problem in a mental or emotional way.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Please do not take the comparison of the inner breath to an yin yang sign too literally. An yin yang sign is all too simplified to really illustrate the inner breath.Yet it might give you an idea about the inner breath, which can also be compared to a spiral like the galaxy in this image, that the stylish yin yang sign might a simplified version of.

The comparison of the empty breath with a yin-yang sign should not be taken too literal. A yin-yang sign is all too simplified to really illustrate the empty breath, which rather is to be compared to the galaxy in this image. Maybe the yin-yang sign originally was a simplified illustration of such a constellation. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Since the empty breath has no personality, it has no expression of its own. So if its rhythmic flow is experienced to be weaker when you appear to be sick or about to die, it is because the rhythm of it always adjust to what and where you believe to be. Yet the operator of the empty breath (see the paragraph of the same name in the article What does ´the empty breath´ feel like?), which is the non-rhythmic energy behind the rhythm of the empty breath remains the same and is also experienced like that if it is that aspect of it you are in touch with.

In other words, if the transparent non-rhythmic energy of the empty breath is only partially experienced, when the body seems to be out-of-order, the problem is not the empty breath, but that you do not want to experience it fully, when there seem to be problems with the condition of the body, because that would render it unimportant and thus question your belief in being inside it.

This does not mean that you should not take care of the body and have it checked by a qualified health care professional. You also bring your car to a garage for a check-up, even though it is not you.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

In the flow of the empty breath, you are automatically multitasking, because it does not know the concept of focusing on something specific. So if not feeling the empty breath, multitasking may pave the way.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The less you believe to be substantial, the more you will feel the non-rhythmic transparent energy of the empty breath.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

There are several established ways of feeling somebody else when you believe to be someone substantial in a tangible world. But there are no ways to feeling the empty breath than to momentarily stop believing you are someone definitive.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When you do not know anything, there is not somebody to be sad or happy – nor anything else. Thus there is nothing but emptiness, which is pure bliss.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Not being aware of something, there is nothing to make perfect. Consequently, you are not benumbed in an experience of yourself as someone definitive but in the flow of nothing.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Feeling the empty breath is like receiving a new gift every moment. There is no way, however, to know what the present will be before receiving it, neither do you need to know, because you are in a state of not-knowing.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The energy at the root of the inner breath may be experienced a bit like this, but in less defined forms and colors.

The energy at the root of the empty breath may be experienced a bit like this, but in less defined forms and without any awareness of colours. The animation is grabbed from the web.

Even though the empty breath seems to produce a constant rhythm of expansion and contraction in the body, your experience of it may not be so. And you are right. It is not consistent. It has no such need. Only those who believe to be somebody definitive has a need to be consistent, and since the empty breath does not believe to be anything at all, it does not need to uphold a persistent image of itself.

The empty breath can be compared to the cats in the home of Alexius. They go around as it pleases them, but he can always count on them to greet him when he gives a call.

Likewise, he can always count on the empty breath. Even though it solely moves on its own accord, it is always to be felt in one way or the other. Maybe it is experienced to be going up and down, on a single wave in one of the circles in the empty breath, several times in a row, whereafter it is felt to be the swing of it inside of his head, and as if he is surfing both of the yin-yang looking waves in one of the other circles of the empty breath. In the previous article, What does ´the empty breath´ feel like, you can read more about these experiences and composition of the empty breath in endless circles.

After igniting a take-off to the empty breath, he mostly lands in its speedy and chaotic energy at the root of it, which feels like freedom compared to the rigid world of the outer senses. Going to bed, it may be the transparency of its sound that comes to him. But first of all, he simply feels the indifference of the empty breath, and since that means the apparent differences in the world does not appear to make a difference, it is hardly a feeling.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

If you do not fence off the empty breath via a positive perception of yourself in which everything judged to be negative has been excluded, whatever you seem to feel will be interpreted by the indifference of the empty breath. Consequently feeling happy or sad makes no difference. Not in the sense that happiness and sadness feel the same, but in the sense that the apparent difference makes no difference.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The empty breath can be felt in many exciting ways. The most exciting one, though, is not a feeling, but indifference to the apparent differences experienced in a world defined by time and space and thus to perceiving it as real. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When you are connected with a Fitbit watch, for example, it is not from the connection itself you get an exceptional feeling but from the data it gives you.

Likewise, you may not feel excited about the connection with the empty breath, as its radiance of indifference makes you indifferent to the apparent differences in a world defined by time and space. But as this makes the experience of it seems like nothing instead of something, you are in the bliss of emptiness.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Doing Nordic Walking, or rather going with the flow of it, could be beneficial for you in regards to not be doing something. It may also help you to expose the defence mechanisms, that you have built up in the body against going with the flow of the empty breath.

This is not to say that all these defence mechanisms must come to an end to feel the empty breath. Having the willingness to not be somebody, but nobody is what makes you feel the empty breath. Neither is it important in which of the ways described in the previous article, What does ´the empty breath´ feel like, that it is felt, or if it is felt in another way.

Read about willingness in Willingness to not exclude but include undoes the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one or the paragraph The only requirement is willingness in the article The empty breath´ and the bliss of not believing to be someone.

Although these ways of feeling the empty breath definitely are fascinating, the most exciting way to feel it – or rather not feeling it – is simply to follow its consistent flow of indifference. Since that makes you indifferent to the experience of differences in the world where you appear to be, there does not seem to be anybody feeling anything but the bliss from being indifferent to the belief in being someone.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The nature of the empty breath is not to provide happiness but indifference, and since that releases you from the boundaries of a world defined by time and space, it may feel as if you are in a merry-go-round world.

Feelings, however, never last, so if you hang onto this feeling instead of going with the flow of being indifferent to what you feel, your merry-go-round world will be replaced by its contrast, namely a world of sadness. This is only so because you mistook the empty breath for the giver of happiness instead of indifference, so if you stick with the latter, it makes no difference if you feel happy or sad, and that is very blissful.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The most exciting aspect of the empty breath is cannot be felt because it is indifference.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

In the connectedness with the empty breath, you are indifferent to what and where you appear to be. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

At first, it may feel as if the empty breath is too slow to supply you with enough air for breathing. But when you do not try to handle the flow of it*, which may or may not be adjusted to the physical breath, everything is fine as it is.

Perhaps it feels as if you do not have enough room for the empty breath or that it results in more pain than joy, especially if you in the past have avoided the awareness of unpleasant feelings by projecting them onto obscure parts of the body. Read more about the suppression of feelings and the psychosomatic diseases it entails in hack #4.3 To be a basic self is to be good enough.

Thus fear, traumas and worries are stored in the body, often psoas and its corresponding muscle the diafragma. Since the latter, in terms of muscles, is the primary mover of the breath, it may have become too weak or stiff to freely move with the flow of the empty breath, which, therefore, seems to make you tense and not relaxed. That is if you are looking for a specific way of feeling the empty breath instead of going with its indifference because doing that, it does not matter whether the empty breath seems to result in a smooth expansion and contraction of the body or not.

NOTE: This article is partly a continuation of What does ´the empty breath´ feel like?. They are both part of hack #4.4 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing.

What does ´the empty breath´ feel like? (in the process of being updated)

The inner breath is not restricted to be felt as a specific form, neither to only be felt inside. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As the empty breath is not something definitive, it cannot be felt in a specific way. Yet it can be felt in an undefinable way anywhere within its non-definitive framework – whether that appears to be inside or outside the body – but never consistently as the same, although it is always there.

The empty breath can be felt in many ways within its non-definable framework of a ball like thing, that passes through the head – or above it – and the stomach or below it. Yet it is not experienced in relation to the body, nor inside or outside. This is not because everything is perceived to at one when connected with the empty breath, but that the experience of something is perceived to be nothing (read more about that here).

Having an out-of-body experience is based on the belief that you are someone in a body, which is the opposite of the experience that comes from being connected with the empty breath, as it undoes the belief that you are someone in a body. Read more about that here.

Hence the connectedness with the empty breath is not an out-of-body experience, but a no-body experience. This does not mean, however, that you do not take care of the body, your beloved ones and whatnot when connected with the empty breath, but that it makes no difference if doing so seems to pay off or not.

In the connectedness with the empty breath there is nothing that appears to be disturbing, but trying to connect with it everything seems disturbing, because the purpose of trying is delaying, so you want to be disturbed.

The inner breath has no definitive center or anything else in a fixed position, so your experience of it may be different from mine. Maybe you primarily experience it in the stomach, in the chest or both inside and outside of your body within the non definitive borders of a ball. It may change from moment to moment, as  – unlike this image – it is not static. This image however illustrates when all its movements are experienced simultaneously, which feels as if the everything stands still.

The empty breath has no definitive centre or border or anything else that is in a fixed position. Everything is always moving, so the experience of it changes from moment to moment from as if it is in the stomach, in the chest or both inside and outside the body. So if your experience differs from the descriptions in this article, go with the flow as it comes to you.

Feelings are subjective
If you are future-minded, the empty breath may be felt to come from somewhere in front of you, whereas it probably is felt to arrive from the back if you are concerned about the past. And if you are into the concepts like living in the now, being centred and balanced, it may be felt as if it has a fixed centre. In other words, the experience of the empty breath is coloured by your conditioning.

This is not a problem for the empty breath, because contrary to you, it has no need to be acknowledged in a special way. So whether you experience it to be in the stomach, the chest, inside or outside the body, it carries out its one and only purpose, which is to make you indifferent to the apparent different experiences in the world where you believe to be.

The empty breath is indifferent to all the apparent differences of the world, so the more you connect with it, the more you adapt to this indifference and the less you want to be someone who makes a difference.

Since the empty breath is not static, the experience of it may change from moment to moment, and it may differ from the experiences described in this article. No worries. Being connected with it is not about doing something specific to feel something definitive, but going with the flow. It is only when you want to make a difference, you must do ´the right thing´.

I am not a talented illustrator, so instead of making an illustration of the inner breath, I have manipulated an image found on the internet in order to give you an idea of the simultaneously movements inside it.

This scientific image found on the internet has been manipulated by Alexius to give you an idea of the simultaneously circular movements inside the non-definitive ball of the empty breath.

A basic intro to the non-definitive form of the empty breath
The empty breath is modelled like an egg-shaped ball with lots of oval circles moving inside of it, but contrary to what you see in the illustration to the right, it does not have a definitive centre or border. Nor do the circles inside of it, and there are so many so close together that there is no space between them. In the emptiness of each circle, there is two yin-yang like waves. This you cannot see in the simplified illustration to the right, but there is a simulation of this in the second image from here.

That the empty breath has a non-definitive form does not only mean that the edges of it are blurry but that neither its size or shape is constant. It may grow bigger and smaller here and there so that it momentarily feels to be more pear-shaped than egg-shaped, for example.

As there is no up and down in the empty breath, the most significant part of the pear-shaped version of it may be in the top as well as in the bottom, or on the sides, or anywhere in between. And as the apparent centre of each one of the circles appearing to be inside the non-definitive ball of the empty breath is floating around, there are many none fixed centres.

Even though there appear to be an endless amount of diffused shaped circles inside the non-definitive boundaries of the empty breath, and they are moving in each their own direction with each their own yin-yang like formed waves moving inside of them, they are actually fused into one movement of two yin-yang like waves rolling in all directions – at bit like in the animation in the paragraph The swing of the empty breath or in the two last animations of this article.

But as that is very difficult to comprehend in a world where we are conditioned to divide reality in more than one, most will probably not feel the totality of the empty breath, but one of the many circles that seems to make it up. No worries. It is not about perfection but going with the flow, as it comes to you.

The empty breath has no specific centre, and though it seems to consists of many different movements in each their own size and shape, everything is actually fused into one single move. As this may be hard to comprehend in a world where there seems to be more than one, it is most likely easier to experience just one of its aspects at a time.

This could be like going in a circle going from the stomach around the back of the body to the top of the head when breathing in, and from there in a circular movement in front of the body and back to the stomach when breathing out. The direction, however, does not matter. As already said, it is all about going with the flow. So if that seems to go the opposite way, by all means, go that way.

The flow can also be in a circle, about the same diameter as above, that instead goes from the abdomen to the throat or rectum to the heart. The width of the circle can also be expanded, so it goes from the abdomen to a point above the head or from the rectum to a point further above the head.

No matter where you perceive the location of the empty breath to be, it is the same emptiness you experience a second before the brain processes it into an experience of something perceived to be substantial (read more about that here). As the emptiness of the expanded circle metaphorically speaking goes from hell to heaven, you may feel frightened or spaced out if you get stuck in one of those extremes.

Going with the flow of the circular movement in one of the above circles feels like you are surfing two yin-yang like waves inside the empty breath. But this is just one of the ways to experience the empty breath. Below is a short introduction to them and then a more detailed description to each of them.

Be aware though, feeling the empty breath, as described in this article, is only possible to the extent that you do not wish to be or have more spiritually, mentally, emotionally or materialistically because the empty breath has not anything to give but the sheer bliss of nothing.

A basic intro to the ways of feeling the empty breath
Sensing the operator of the empty breath (see the below paragraph of the same name) or the indifference of it (check out the paragraph The empty breath is not the giver of joy and happiness but indifference in the article What is ´the empty breath´ about?) is a state of not-knowing in which you seem to be floating on clouds of bliss, whereas the state of not-knowing coming from the rhythmic flow of it is more like if you are moved by clouds of bliss.

The rhythmic flow of the empty breath can be heard as a distant sound (see the below paragraph The transparent sound of the empty breath) or felt inside the body (see the below paragraph The swing of the empty breath), or sensed as if nobody is surfing two yin-yang like waves in and outside the body (see the next paragraph).

That being said, these categories are not meant to limit you into experiencing the empty breath in specific ways but to inspire you to experience it in your way.

Each of the non-definable circles inside the non-definable ball of the empty breath – see the previous illustration – consist of two yin-yang like looking waves (but without the two holes), that are not fixated and probably moves in sync with the breath – or rather the breath moves in sync with them. It is therefore not so much about following the extraction and contraction of the physical breath but the flow of the empty breath, which may feel like you are surfing the outside of the two yin-yang like waves more or less in sync with the physical breath. The colours in this image only have an illustrative purpose.

Surfing the empty breath
In the above illustration to the right, you see a very simplified simulation of the empty breath in which you are not able to see that the number of circles inside it is endless. Nor does it reflect that the empty breath has no definitive border or centre and each of the circles inside it contains two non-definitive waves like in the above image, that can be surfed. Please notice that although the waves look like the two parts of a yin-yang sign, they have no holes. And as they actually are colourless, the colours in this image and all the others in this article only have an illustrative purpose.

When the body is expanded by the breath, you surf the outside of the yellow wave from the stomach and behind the body up in the head. From there, you surf the outside of the blue wave in front of the body down to the abdomen or below it, while the breath is contracting the body. That is if you are sensing the waves in a circle going from the back to the front of the body. See a more detailed explanation of the different possibilities for the placement of the circles containing the waves in the above intro to the empty breath.

Besides surfing the waves in that circle, you can surf the waves in a circle going from the left to the right side of the body and in circles anywhere in between these. No matter what circle you are surfing, you most feel the waves in the circular movement outside the body.

It is not needed to be in total sync with the rhythm of the physical expansion and contraction of the body, nor does it matter if part of the circular movement is skipped. What matters is to follow the flow as it comes to you, because that makes you forget the physical breath so it can take care of itself without any interruption from you being stressed or trying to inflict it with ideas of balance, tranquillity and whatnot.

Maybe the most joyous way to surf the waves is to go the whole way around one of them and then continue by going the entire way around the other one, more or less in alignment with the breath extracting and contracting the body. There may be even more joyous ways revealed to you, when following the flow.

Alexius has never been surfing in the world of the outer senses, so when he says going with the flow of the two yin-yang like waves in the empty breath feels like surfing, it is an imagination of his.

You may also surf the empty breath in the opposite direction. Going counterclockwise tends to lessen physical awareness so you would become less interested in returning to a conscious experience of being someone substantial in a tangible world. The same applies, if the non-definable edges of the empty breath are not experienced to touch the body but pass it on top of the head and below the abdomen, as that means there is almost no relation to the body when surfing it.

Thus the body is set free (read more about that here), so it can follow its biological system without you trying to unite the physical nature of the body with mental ideas of wellness, which is like trying to blend physical elements with the immaterial ones in a dream or vice versa. It does not work.

You cannot be someone definitive, when going with the flow of the empty breath, so the belief in being someone separated from the formlessness of that which is one is fading out.

Going with the flow without knowing where and why.

Surfing the empty breath to feel good regardless of the physical condition
You will, as already noted, mainly feel the flow of the waves in one of the many circles inside the empty breath. This will probably be in a circle going from the back of the body to the front of it or the other way around. But from there you can also jump to the waves in another circle or feel them all simultaneously.

As it takes more than one to feel something, it is only in a world where there seems to be more than one that this is possible, so the more the belief in such a world is undone by the empty breath, the less you feel it.

Alexius was not aware of this before he started writing what the empty breath feels like and therefore took a closer look upon it. He usually just follows the flow without thinking about direction and whatnot, because in his case, the flow mostly results in the sense of indifference.

It is, however, possible to be more choosy than Alexius normally is. Having worries about the past, or pain in the back, you can choose to be massaged by surfing both sides of the wave behind you and leaving out the one in front of you within a circle of the empty breath that goes from the back to the front of you. Should you want to be grounded, you can surf all the way around a single wave in a circle going from the back to the front of you where the waves are not located like in the above but in the top and bottom of the circle.

The wave you surf, in this case, is the bottom one passing through the abdomen or even lower in the direction from the back to the front of you, or the other way around, or the bottom wave in another circle going from the left to the right side side of you, or both of the bottom waves in these circles, or the bottom wave in any one or more circles in between the two others. No reason to memorise this. Just go with the flow.

Just like what you believe to be is nothing so is the empty breath, but unlike you, it has no need to conceal that by appearing to be something in specific. Consequently, there is not something that prevents it from being what and where is most beneficial for you – even under your feet if that is what it takes to make you forget what you believe to be.

Supposing you want to enhance the intuitive or fact-minded side of you, you could do this by respectively surfing all the way around the wave to the right and the left in a circle going around the head sideways. In a circle that also goes sidewise but around the chest, you could surf all the way around the wave in front of the chest if it is hollow and seems to restrict the breath. Surfing both waves but only on the outer side of them in a circle going sideways around the head or stomach, is excellent in the case of vertigo, eventually combined with surfing the two waves back and forth of you in a circle going from your feet to above the head.

In the case of tight hips, blocked abdomen or spasm in the lower back, you completely surf the wave behind you and then the one in front of you in a circle going sideways in that area, and so on. You could also try surfing in a similar circle where the waves are not in behind and in front of you but on the sides. The size of the circle and thus the waves adjust to the need for relaxing these areas. Is sadness released from there, you may feel like crying. If so, forget about the empty breath and take the time to grieve. Then return to the same circle of the empty breath if that is what the flow calls for.

It may instead call for surfing a combination of other waves, for example a wave in front of you in a circle going sideways at the abdomen and a wave in front of you in a circle that does not go sideways but from the head to stomach or the other way. Maybe surfing them simultaneously or perhaps not just one of the waves in the circles but both waves in a circular movement around the abdomen and from the back and front of you – or whatever combination that seems beneficial to you in regards to getting through the lockdown.

The empty breath is also beneficial in regards to alleviate allergy symptoms or other kinds of symptoms coming from IBS and COPD, for example. It may not heal these or any other physical sickness, because the purpose of the duality hacks is not to heal the body but the sick belief that you are in it. This the empty breath does by making you indifferent to being someone. Read more about that here.

Regarding the empty breath and how its nothingness helps to reduce the symptoms of somethingness, Alexius speaks from personal experience, because his body is not in the best condition, as he has never been very good at being something specific. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

In the case of Alexius, the state of his body is not that good, so he speaks from personal experience when he says, that due to the indifference of the empty breath IBS and COPD, for example, are not something he needs to get it over with to feel better, as the discomfort is not perceived to be something but nothing.

If you are not looking to get it right, nothing is wrong or missing. Hence every moment is the perfect moment (hack #3.1 Every moment is the perfect moment). You have no need to get it right if you face your anger, because then it does not seem wrong and you do not have hide it by looking right.

See also when Alexius was saved by helicopter from the rainforest, even though he did not feel there was something to be saved from. It is not just a rosy story, though, because the transition from perceiving desperation as something to nothing was very upsetting until he did not perceive hopelessness to be wrong but that which set him free. See also the hack No Hope = Oneness in Extra Duality Hacks.

There are many possibilities for using the empty breath. Yet it is best not to use it but being used by it go with the flow as it comes to you as that sets the body free to heal itself. This is why it is so good in the cases of psychosomatic disorders. It is not commendable though to catch every detail about the empty breath in this article because an intellectual understanding of it will not help you to feel the connectedness with it. On the contrary.

In hack #4.3 To be a basic self is to be good enough, you can read more about how the unfortunate belief in a body-mind connection, where you perceive yourself to be the master of the body, results psychosomatic disorders.

You cannot illustrate the inner breath, as it has no definitive form. This animation, however, may give you an idea about the ´structure´ of the inner breath and the high frequency of its inner movement, which seems to originate from an yin yang like curved line – not just as curved though. It feels like, it is the swing of this floating line that expands and contracts the body, so that it breathes in and out. Unlike an yin yang sign the inner breath is not a flat circle with a curved line, but rather a ball wherein the curved line swings upwards and downwards as well as sideways, forwards and backwards and everything in between. Unfortunately the animation is not able illustrate that, neither how slow the swing of it actually feels in the body. Even though it extremely active inside the ball, the experience of it is that it has all the time in the world to expand and contract the body.

It is not possible to illustrate the swing of the empty breath because it has no definable form or movement. This animation, however, may give you an idea about how the swing of it feels as if it is coming from a non-definitive curved line, that is to be compared to the line in between the two forms of a yin-yang sign – but less curved. The swing of this line expands and contracts the body so that it breathes in and out. But unlike in a yin-yang sign the swing of the empty breath is not inside a flat circle but rather a non-definable ball, wherein there are many non-definable circles with each their own curved line. Depending on where one of these circles are experienced to be located in regards to the standard definitions of directions the swing of the empty breath is experienced to swing upwards and downwards, sideways, forwards and backwards or anywhere in between. Unfortunately, the animation is not really illustrating this, neither that though the swing of it is mighty, the experience of it may be that it is in no hurry to expand and contract the body.

The swing of the empty breath
What is said in the above about surfing the empty breath, generally speaking, also apply to feeling the swing of it, except that this is solely felt inside the body, where the movement of the non-definitive curved line between the two waves is sensed as a swing, that extracts and contracts the body in a steady rhythmic flow of breathing in and out. Due to the definitive size of the body, this line is felt less curved and probably also shorter than the line in between the two waves described in the above.

The steady swing of the empty breath may seem to expand and contract the body slower than when you imagined being in charge of the breathing. Maybe the break in between expansion and contraction also feels too long. But the swing of the empty breath probably feels more powerful – so much indeed, that at first, it feels like the body does not have enough room for it.

Just like surfing the empty breath can be done on the waves in any of the circles within the non-definitive border of the empty breath, the swing of it can be felt in the movement of the curved line floating in the middle of any one of these circles.

In other words, the curved line is not just pumping from the back to front in relation to the body but also up and down, from side to side and everywhere in between, which you may sense in the illustration to the left. Though you can feel all these directions simultaneously, it probably is so unfamiliar that you may prefer to feel the swing of the empty breath in one circle at a time.

Alexius senses the swing of the empty breath merged into one simultaneously movement, that feels like no movement at all, when, for rxample, listening to the opening of the opera ´Ahhnaten´ by Philip Glass.

If you experience the swing of the empty breath in all its directions simultaneously, the fusion of them at first feels as everything is spinning. See the speedy animation just below. But it quickly turns into a feeling of everything standing so still – see the third image from here – that you feel the bliss of being indifferent to what and where you appear to be.

Connecting to the inner breath is fortunately not about perfection, as that requires much control and therefore blocks the inner breath to move on its own accord. The inner breath is always connected to you, but you cannot feel it if your purpose is to be someone definitive. In other words not being anybody the inner breath is not hidden. In fact it is very intense.

The swing of the empty breath is not felt as fast as the movements in this animation, but rather like a steady ongoing rhythm that with much force expands and contracts the body. Yet the resulting breath in the body is often very subtle and probably seems to be slower than you are used to – unlike the driving force behind the rhythm of the empty breath, that is a rush of energy within the non-definable ball of it. And even though the particles of this force is moving completely unstructured and at any speed, fast or slow – a bit like in this animation – it is such a relief to merge with this apparent chaos, as that prevents you from focussing on anything specific, so you feel like a fountain sparkling with joy.

The operator of the empty breath
Besides from feeling the swing of the empty breath or as if you are surfing two yin-yang like waves more or less in alignment with the extraction and contraction of the physical breath, you can also feel a constant rush of energy within the non-definable border of the empty breath. This chaotic energy at the root of the empty breath is not rhythmic but abstract. Yet it is the force behind the rhythm of the empty breath. The feeling of it is a subtle sense of being here, there and everywhere, or as if spinning through a world with no limits where you are not limited to be someone.

There are no rules, but it could very well be, that a take-off to ´the empty breath´ will take you to this aspect of it … and what a relief it is to float in chaos instead of having to fit into the rigid world of the outer senses.

Unlike the swing of the empty breath but like surfing its waves, this force is sensed both inside and outside of the body. It may be easier to feel its very subtle energy outside of the body as there the dense bodily feeling is not an obstacle. If you do not try to catch its abstractness, but go with its fleetness, it feels like you are a fountain of sparkling joy.

Sensing the operator of the empty breath outside of the body, you will automatically be taken inside, as the operator does not know one from the other. From there you may be transferred to the rhythmic flow of surfing or feeling the swing of the empty breath.

The apparent chaos at the root of the empty breath, where the operator of it resides and where you most likely land after igniting the empty breath, is therefore a good starting point, when you want to be in the rhythmic flow of the empty breath.

If you out of habit try to focus on the empty breath to hear the transparent sound of it (see the next paragraph) or feel its rhythmic flow, you are bound to perceive it as something and thus to fence it off. A more beneficial way to approach the rhythmic flow and transparent sound of the empty breath is to start in the chaos of its root – whether sensed in front or back of the body, on top of it or all around it – because that leaves nothing specifically for you to focus on, wherefore there is not something definitive blocking out hearing or feeling the rhythmic flow of the empty breath.

Hearing/feeling the sound of the inner breath, you feel transparent, as if there is nothing to separate you from where you appear to be. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Hearing or feeling the sound of the empty breath, you feel transparent as if there is not something separating you from other appearances in the world of the outer senses. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The transparent sound of the empty breath
Just like the rhythm of bass is not only heard but also felt in the body, so is the sound of the empty breath, which is like ´so´ when it expands the body and ´ham´ when contracting it.

The apparently definitive shape of you in a body is, therefore, exposed as make-believe.

Sometimes it is like this rhythmic sound of ´so-ham´ comes from the nose and at other times from an undefined space in the back of the head. And then again, the sound does not seem to have a definable location, so it is neither experienced to be inside or outside the head. It may even appear to originate from an invisible space outside the body like it has nothing to do with your appearance in a body.

And as that is actually so, feeling the sound of the empty breath is not a compelling experience like feeling the rhythm of the bass, because it cancels out the feeling of being in a specific body – as if there is no definable border between the body and its apparent surrounding. A sofa, for example, does not seem to differ from the body sitting in it.

This is basically due to the brain not being able to create a conscious experience of the signals it claims to receive from the sensory system of the body, when you are deeply connected with the empty breath (read more about that here), wherefore there is nobody to divide them into judgments of inside and outside, good and bad, high and low, them and me and so on. Hence the apparent differences in the experience of in a world where there seems to be more than one do not appear to make a difference.

Since this means there is nothing to define such a world, it becomes obvious that it is not real but a fantasy made from out of nothing. But just like the reality in the world of a game is the same whether you believe it is real or not, the reality of a world where there seems to be more than one remains the same, when you sense it is an illusion. Your relation with it, however, is forever changed. Being someone definitive, there is all pretence – just like it is, within that reality, when one pretends to be in the world of a game. See hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive).

Do not get attached to the rhythm of the empty breath, because the feeling of the rhythm is related to the body, so it stops when the body ends.

Since a rhythm has a beginning and an end, it is best not to get attached to the rhythm of the empty breath in the swing or transparent sound of it, because it ends when the body stops to function. At that moment, it is better to merge with the indifference of the empty breath or the non rhythmic and very chaotic energy in the operator of it, so that there is not something specific to stop the enlightenment of that which is one from absorbing the nothingness of you.

Via the transparent sound of the empty breath, you may naturally float into glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, which the visual-minded will experience as visions of light and the auditory minded as ethereal harmonies. If you are more emotional minded, you may feel the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises or taste the sweetness of it.

The glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, for example, the visual aspect of it, merges into one, if not interpreted as something specific. Hence there is no experience of that which is you being different from that which is one, so nothing seems to hide there never was or will be more than the formlessness of oneness.

Read more about how to have glimpses of the different aspects in the enlightenment in the article Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment. And read more about the enlightenment of that which is one in hack #5-7.1 From the inner senses through a black hole into that which is one.

The empty breath, however, is not something that can be brought about by manipulating the physical breath or exercising any other form of control. It is the other way around. When you go with the flow, the empty breath joins you.

A bicycle has nothing to do with the place, it is transporting you to.

This is not to say, that techniques cannot be helpful in regards to tone down the experience of you as someone definitive so that the apparent existence of you in the tangible world fabricated by the brain does not seem to be a fact but make-believe. Unfortunately most forget, that techniques have nothing to do with what they seem to accomplish. Just like a remote control have nothing to do with the music it triggers.

As the connection with the empty breath is a state of not-knowing there is no awareness of separation. Hence the apparent difference between past, now and future or you and Alexius does not make a difference.

It is not possible to illustrate the inner breath in its totality. This yon yang animation (please abstract from the holes) though may give you an idea of the simultaneously movement of the two waves inside the inner breath.

It is not possible to illustrate the empty breath in its totality. But this yin-yang animation (please ignore from the holes, as there are no holes in the waves of the empty breath) may give you an idea about the simultaneous movement of the yin-yang like waves inside it.

The connectedness with the empty breath is a state of not-knowing
Nobody really knows what the connectedness with the empty breath feels like as it is a state of not-knowing. So to write about that, he had to go back and forth between a state of not-knowing and the conscious experience of being someone, and compile the vague memories of the empty breath popping up in his consciousness.

If the resulting descriptions seem patchy and confusing, you can use the disorientation to ignite a take-off to the empty breath. See how to do that in Take-offs to ´the empty breath´ and How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´.

The empty breath is not only to be experienced within its border, because it has no specific border, so if you are experiencing it somewhere else, you have really become indifferent to the belief in being someone definitive, because only as such would you expect to experience it somewhere specific.

Please remember that even though the connectedness with the empty breath is impersonal, what you remember of it afterwards is personal, so your memories may be coloured in another way than those of Alexius.

If still confused you are welcome to mail Alexius, although using your uncertainty to ignite a take-off to the empty breath is preferable, because he cannot help neither you or himself as he sees nobody in need of help.

Thus you would be better off keep on reading about it until you hardly can stay awake, then go to bed, forget what you read the empty breath feels like, close your eyes, and most likely it will be there in one way or the other. Surely, they will rapidly change. That is if you do not try to hang onto one of them. In that case, they will cease.

Your eyes do not have to be closed, and you do not have to go to bed. You can sit anywhere in any position. You can also walk, run and/or talk. But if you are new to the empty breath, it may seem easier to connect with it by partly cut out the world of the external senses yourself, instead of waiting for it to be toned down when the empty breath syncs it with the world of the inner senses. You should, however, never attempt to cut out the world of the external senses yourself in situations, that requires your full attention in that, like driving a car, for example.

NOTE ABOUT NOTHING VERSUS SOMETHING
In hack #4.2 The basic self versus the special one and the below articles, you can read about overriding the natural flow of nothing, so you appear to be something and thus fence off the empty breath:

The look of these sound waves reminds me in some ways of how it feels to be connected with the inner breath.

The look of these sound waves reminds Alexius of how the connectedness with the empty breath often feels, and how feeling this makes him indifferent to the apparent differences of the world experienced to be outside of him.

NOTE ABOUT THE ILLUSTRATIONS
Alexius searched the web for animations and still photos to illustrate the different movements of the empty breath in the way he remembers them. He does not know if the illustrators had the empty breath in mind when they made these images – but probably not.

The animations – except the three last ones – are grabbed from Electromagnetic Plasma Energy Light.

NOTE ABOUT THIS ARTICLE
The above article that is part of hack #4.4 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing, is to be continued in the next one. What is ´the empty breath´ about?.

+ ´The empty breath´ is empty space and so is what you believe to be (in the process of being updated)

What you believe to be and see is nothing but empty space. Thus not being and seeing something specific is a blissful revelation of emptiness. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The empty breath is not part of the experiences of you being someone substantial in a tangible world, which the brain fabricates by twisting nothing into something (read more about that here). This is because the nothingness of the empty breath has not been twisted into something by the brain. That does not mean the empty breath is spiritual but that it remains in the nothingness from where the brain creates a world of something. Thus connecting with the empty breath, going to that which is spiritual, namely the formlessness of oneness, is a journey without distance.

The only reason we believe the experiences created by the brain are real and not fantasy is that they seem to confirm we are somebody and not nobody. Hence it is only the desire to be somebody, that seems to disguise that we are nothing processed by the brain into something.

Since it has taken the brain one second to fabricate the experience of what you believe to be and read right now, and it has made it from out of nothing, there was not something one second ago, and since that is where the empty breath resides, you connect with it by not perceiving the present experience as something which takes you back one second in time to where there is nothing because the brain has still not twisted it into the current experience of something.

In the rhythmic flow of nothing, the basic contrast making up the consciousness of you as someone definitive, namely expansion and contraction, is cancelled out (read more about the cancellation of contrasts here), so although the experiences fabricated by the brain, as if nothing is something, goes on, as usual, there is nobody to perceive the experiences as something. Read about the indifference of the empty breath here. In the next article, you can read how it feels.

Science states, the world we seem to feel and see consists of 99.9999999 per cent empty space. And the rest, despite it also is empty space and as immaterial as a dream, is what we perceive to be elements of matter making up a world defined by time and space. See the articles Where to find the bliss of ´the empty breath´ and Free to float in the void of ´the empty breath´.

The brain, however, falls apart after 20 minutes, 45 at most (read more about that here) without someone confirming the experiences it fabricates to be something. So if you want to be able to return to the experience fabricated by the brain of you as someone in a world defined by time and space, you must leave this state of not-knowing before the brain falls into a coma. This you do by confirming you are separated from others, for example by sending love and healing to them. Read more about that here.

It is not possible to be someone definitive, because oneness is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than the formlessness of oneness. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Should you wonder who does this or who are wondering about it, the answer is nobody, because there is nobody in empty space. Just like there is nobody in a dream and not somebody making it. Nor is the dream inside the one appearing to experience it because it consists of nothing. Read more about that here.

To make long short, what and where you believe to be is a construction of thoughts, that, just like a mirage, is experienced to be something until you get closer and see it is nothing. This look you get when with the empty breath because it sees what it is itself, namely nothing.

That is why it is best not to interpret the location and feel of the empty breath, as described in the next article, What does ´the empty breath´ feel like, as definitive. The empty breath is not definable by time and space and thus not something specific located in a definitive place you can feel in a categorical way (see the paragraph The transparent sound of the empty breath in the next article What does ´the empty breath´ feels like?).

Also, be aware that the description of the empty breath in that article is written by someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one. This means, that just like the concepts of the world in a game like Monopoly are acknowledged but not believed to be real, the experience of a tangible world in empty space is acknowledged but not perceived to be substantial because there is nothing else than the formlessness of oneness. Thus it is best to perceive the explanations in the next article of where the empty breath as metaphors for nowhere.

The graphic, which is grabbed from the web, has been manipulated by Alexius.

In the next article you can read more detailed about the circles in this image, that graphically illustrates a few of the non-definitive rings that you are surfing within the empty breath, when connected with it.

None of those, though, are outside of you as in this image, which rather reflects the idea the special self has of the empty breath, namely that it is something it can control and, therefore, exploit. Read more about the special self here.

But no matter what kind of self you believe to be, you do not exist and thus have nothing to control or let go off, because that which is one is formless and therefore endless and it takes more than one to exist somewhere. This applies to the empty breath, as well but since it does not believe to anywhere or have any intention of taking you somewhere, it is your way back to the formlessness of oneness.

Not in the sense that it helps you realise oneness. That is not possible, since it takes more than to realise something. But when every single memory of a world where there seems to be more than one is gone, which it is after 20 minutes, 45 at most, in a state of not-knowing (read more about that here), there does not appear to be something hiding that there never was or will be more than that which is one.

NOTE: This article is a preface to the next article What does ´the empty breath´ feels like?. Both pieces are part of hack #4.4 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing.

+ Unrestrained chaos ignites a take-off to ´the empty breath´ [draft]

Not interfering with the speed of thoughts and feelings, they are set free to further speed up and ignite a take-off to the empty breath, that syncs the worlds of the outer and inner senses, wherefore everything definable in the low-frequency world of the outer senses, stress for example, is absorbed by the abstractness of the high-frequency world of the inner senses and thus not felt as something specific. The graphic is grabbed from Ello.

Like most, you probably organise thoughts and feelings into a perception that supports your preferred belief system of what is good and evil in a way that makes you appear to be one of the good ones. That is until you are at sleep. Then thoughts and feelings start flying around in ways that may not support your image of being good.

If it seems frightening to be good as well as bad, you probably interpret the aggressive elements in the dream to come from others and the nice ones from you. But if you have had enough from being a victim of the specific system you must follow to appear as if you are good only, you do not try to regain control of the dream when you wake up but simply go with the unrestrained chaos of thoughts and feelings, regardless they seem to be good or bad.

Not trying to systematise thoughts and feelings into a specific system, their chaotic energy in just second sync the material world experienced with the outer senses with the abstract world of the inner senses* in which everything moves so fast and unorganised, that the chaos in the material world does not seem disturbing but comforting.

This synchronisation, which is done by the empty breath, may not last because you are so used to organise thoughts and feelings into something that presents you as special that you, probably out of reflex, make a perception of the laid-back experience in which there seems to be something special you must take care of before you can relax.

If you want to undo this misperception and return to seeing the material world of the outer senses through the abstract world of the inner senses, you must include the thoughts and feelings you excluded to make a perception of yourself as special. Fortunately, this is easy. You just blame somebody else for your present state of mind (read more about that here).

Doing that, the thoughts and feelings you have suppressed are exposed in somebody outside of you, so you know what to include, which is done by not analysing but completely being them. That leaves nothing to contrast them and therefore not something to define what you are, wherefore a take-off to the empty breath is ignited, so it again can sync the material world experienced with the outer senses with the abstract world of the inner senses.

When the fear of the unknown is fully acknowledged by totally being that, what seemed to be something with the power to frighten you, is unveiled as nothing. Thus what is unveiled is neither hell or heaven but the transparency of bliss.

The avoidance of a feeling makes it appear to be something dangerous, whereas the acknowledgement of it reveals it is nothing and that the absence of something is blissful. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Be aware, that totally acknowledging your suppressed thoughts and feelings may be felt like a trip to hell because when you dig out some of them, every thought and feeling that you ever buried is released. Until they are fully acknowledged one by one or bundled by their common denominator, namely the fear of hell, it may seem as if having one panic attack after another or always being depressed. It may feel so dangerous to face your suppressed feelings that you prefer to die. Do not worry. You are not alone. Alexius has been there and since he made it, so can you.

All those who like to talk about emotions are not into feeling them but to control their appearance, because if something is totally felt, it is unveiled as nothing, wherefore there is nothing to talk about.

It is probably a process over time, where each emotion fully being felt is exposed as nothing, because when you are nothing else but hate, for example, there is no love to define it. So inevitably all feelings are all exposed as the same nothingness, and thus the bliss of it is when twisted into something definable.

In The ins and outs of ´the empty breath´, there is more about how to totally be a specific feeling so that it becomes indefinable and therefore revealed to be nothing but transparent bliss. The latter you can read more about in The acknowledgement of a feeling unveils its nothingness of bliss, and suppressed feelings in hack #4.3 To be a basic self is to be good enough.

Be aware, a feeling that has been exposed as nothing may return in the appearance of something. But if it is a feeling of anger, for example, it is like being upset about being jailed in a game. You know, it is not real. Hence you have fun feeling angry. And as that applies to any other feeling previously suppressed, they all return. Thus you have fun feeling something new all the time – especially because there is no need to avoid or hang onto specific feelings to construct a meaningful perception of yourself. Being entertained by feeling everything as it is, that is all the meaning you need. Just like when watching a TV show.

Looking for more meaning than that, you have to suppress the thoughts and feelings which do not fit into the political or spiritual concept you perceive as meaningful. Since that makes you feel incomplete, you go on trying to be fulfiled by suppressing unwanted feelings, until you realise there is nothing to fulfil and that the suppressed feelings, if unedited, will ignite a take-off to the empty breath, that wipes the slate clean, wherefore you feel fulfilled by sensing everything as it is.

The way Picasso learned to paint was by replicating traditional art, which he did until he was so good at it that he could forget the techniques and go with the flow of the brush. But there is nobody to replicate in regards to connecting with the empty breath because its flow is that of nothing. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Not knowing anything ignites a take-off to the empty breath
We usually learn something by replicating someone. This is how we learned to talk and walk. Connecting with the empty breath, however, is not about learning but unlearning, so the purpose of this and the other articles in hack #4.4 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing and hack #4.4 ´The empty breath´ and the bliss of not believing to be someone is not to learn something but to unlearn everything you believe to know.

Thus Alexius experiences of the empty breath, as described in the article What does ´the empty breath´ feel like?, are not meant to be learned, so you know how to feel it but to give you an idea of what it is like to be an empty vessel for the empty breath. Being that yourself, your story about may sound different. Just like the same cup of tea can be experienced in many different ways.

Even though, for example, Madonna in the 80s arose from nobody to somebody, it did not last. It never does. Everybody knows this and yet they try so hard to a making a legacy, that foever will establish them as somebody.

Nothing lasts, because it takes more than one to last and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless, and thus without beginning and end. If you try to understand this, you miss it, because it also takes more than one to understand something.

The reason Alexius so often is an empty vessel is that there is no ´I´ with a need to know what and where it is. Most, on the other hand, work very hard to convince everyone that they are somebody definitive.

Trouble always follows in the footsteps somebody, whereas nothing but bliss comes in the wake of nobody.

Should they stop doing that, there is nothing to obstruct the empty breath from being activated as an automatic gear change between the inner and outer senses, so that glimpses of enlightenment in the world of the inner senses become the basis for how you perceive the world of the outer senses,* namely as a fantasy experienced and made by nobody from out of nothing. Viewed like that, it is like playing a game where you pretend to be somebody but actually are nobody.

That being said, as long as we seem to be somebody in a fantasy felt as tangible, we cannot remain as nobody too long at a time. Alexius, for example, must adjust to the fantasy as if he is somebody definitive who can use the experiences produced by the brain to formulate his enlightened the non-teachings in a collectively agreed way of how we communicate in English. To write them, on the other hand, he must be nobody, because their language is that of nothing.

Read Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings until you are so empty, that a take-off to the empty breath automatically is ignited – or you are so tired of reading, that you forget to control yourself, so uncontrolled energy spontaneously ignites a take-off to the empty breath.

This is, by the way, the reason you automatically are connected with the empty breath when reading Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings continuously.

As any construction of thoughts can be used to ignite a take-off to the empty breath, and as a world where there seems to be more than one is nothing but a construction of thoughts, there is nothing in it which cannot be used be used for that.

Exclusiveness results in you appearing to be someone definitive, but since that feels restricting, you always have a desire for more. Inclusiveness, on the other hand, results in nothing and thus no hope for more. Hence there is nothing to fence off to the empty breath and its bliss of emptiness. In other words, fragmenting this photo into what you like and do not like will further define you as someone definitive and therefore enhance the feeling that something is missing, whereas the full inclusion of it is your ticket to the bliss of nothing.

Implementing other hacks to ignite a take-off to the empty breath
Not being exclusive and therefore inclusive ignites a take-off to the empty breath (
hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is pure bliss)

The same applies to see symbols of non-duality in a world of duality (hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life) and pretending to be someone (hack #14 Pretending to be someone definitive).

When you do not care about your appearance in the world of the outer senses, anything in the experience of it can be used to ignite a take-off to the empty breath. If you, for example, are entirely devoted to the sadness of not getting a response from a loved one or the happiness of getting it, or wholly dedicated to the fantasy of someone or something unattainable (read more about that here), a take-off to the empty breath is ignited.

In the case of Alexius, his love for his cats often ignites a take-off to the empty breath. Since there is no language established for expressing his love for them, it turns into the bliss of nothing. This is, of course, only when he is the basic self. Being the special self, his cats are not enough, nothing is. Thus it is the frustration of nothing being good enough that ignites a take-off to the empty breath and its bliss of nothing. Read about the two selves in

Being satisfied with the bliss of nothing that he gets, a quick taste is sufficient for Alexius. Returning to the consciousness of something, however, he devotes himself so much it that it becomes nothing, so he is back in the bliss of nothing. Going there has become automatic, because every time he returns from the bliss of not-knowing to the conscious experience of being Alexius, the slate is wiped clean. And since he, therefore, is the basic self, which is what he was made to be, Alexius is happy no matter what and where he appears to be.

That being said, everything in a world of duality comes in pairs, so he is also as sad as can be. But since happiness and sadness are two sides of the same coin, he does not feel that being in touch with one of those two emotions leaves out the other one. Thus he is so happy-sad that nothing disturbs him from going back and forth between being that and the bliss of not-knowing.

One day, he probably remains in the latter until there is nobody to return to a conscious experience of being Alexius. This takes 20 minutes, 45 at most, because the brain cannot survive if it does not have continuous communication with someone definitive, so it seems there is more than one.

Hence he is not in a world where there seems to be more than one anymore and never was because it takes more than one to be somewhere and there is no more than that which is one is formless and therefore without beginning and end.

Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings does give you anything, because that which is you is oneness, and as it is formless and therefore endless, there is nothing else to have than what you are.

The Duality Hacks and that which is you
There is no reason to laboriously learn all the hacks in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings for undoing the belief in being someone definitive. None of them is a goal in themselves – nor do they lead to the target. There is no destination because you are already there.

Hence the purpose of applying one or more of the duality hacks is not to return to that which is one but to expose the belief that seems to hide it, namely that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

+ How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´ (draft)

When not trying to make sense of this image but going with its absurdity, the free-flowing energy of the experience spontaneously ignites a take-off to the empty breath and its bliss of emptiness, provided there is a willingness to forget what you believe to be. The image is grabbed from the web.

If not perceiving what you read to be special, it cannot define you as unique. Thus there is not something special to obscure the bliss of nothing.

As soon as you have had enough of the frustration coming from the perception in being special and you do not try to edit or transform your feeling of desperation, the raw energy of it automatically ignites a take-off to the empty breath. Since it is nothing and your current experience of something is processed by the brain from what it did imagine to receive from a gap in nothing one second ago (read more about that here), the take-off to the empty breath only takes one second.

In other words, when you connect with the empty breath, you go one second back in linear time to the nothingness that is unprocessed into something by the brain.  From there, the brains rendering of nothing into a world of something looks the same, but it is not perceived to be something and therefore not confirming you to be someone. Hence you are in the bliss of nothing.

Every time you believe in fighting something, it is to prevent being nothing.

In linear time, it may take a few more seconds, or many years, before there is nothing but the bliss of emptiness because out of reflex you probably try to force the breath through the tensions in the body, instead of going with the flow of the empty breath. It may feel as if you are fighting with the empty breath about how to breathe.

This fight, however, is solely between what you perceive to be you and an intruder because the empty breath is not intruding you. That is not possible. It does not see you as someone made of solid elements, but of emptiness just like itself. So when you stop fighting nothing, the empty breath goes through the tensions, caused by the thoughts and feelings you have excluded from your awareness by hiding them in the body, as they are nothing.

To get to this point, you must be willing to not stop the breath from going through the painful areas of the body. In this process, you may use professional healthcare services to relieve the body from spasms and headaches, for example, because the empty breath is not healing the body – only the belief that there is someone there.

What you believe in being is nothing twisted by the brain into someone experiencing something. In the presence of the empty breath, which is nothing that has not been processed into something, you become indifferent to the experience of something and thus of being someone. The animation is grabbed from the web.

Having passed the apparent physical and emotional obstacles, you turn into nobody. It may at first feel like the empty breath sets off from an engine in the abdomen as if it is an inner breath that in a slow fashion pumps air from there to extract the body (read more about that here), whereafter it returns to the engine which seems to take its time before it pumps it out again without any concept of being inside and outside of a body.

Despite that this is nothing which extracts and contracts nothing, it is in a world where everything is experienced as something also experienced to be that. It may be experienced as if you having fun surfing yin-yang like waves in the rhythmic flow of the empty breath, or being everywhere and nowhere in the sound of it, or joyfully moving with the swing of it, or being still in the abstractness behind its rhythmic flow. Read more about that in What does ´the empty breath´ feel like?

Although it may have been unedited speed and chaos that connected you with the empty breath, it is not a speedy or chaotic affair being connected, but like you weightlessly walk on clouds. Think of being high up in the sky in an aeroplane. Although it was the speed that ignited the take-off and it must be maintained to keep you in the air, it is not the speed you feel but a laid-back experience of being in the clouds.

Regarding speed, whether connected with the empty breath or not, we are always moving extremely fast because the Earth and thus us as well is spinning at 1.000 miles an hour, if at the equator and a little less when north and south of it, and the entire planet is hurtling around the sun at 67.000 miles an hour. Having a static perception of ourselves, however, we do not feel the thrill of this but having a perception in sync with the brain (read more about that here), we feel it and can use it to ignite a take-off to the empty breath.

However, the ways described in this article and the other ones in hack #4.4 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing are generally not geared for the basic but special self. That is because most are drawn in by the excitement they imagine to get from being special, rather than the pure happiness, they automatically receive when being basic, because the latter will not make them essential in a world where being special, bitchy and having something extraordinary is the standard. Read more these two kinds of self in hack #4.2 The basic self versus the special one and hack #4.3 To be a basic self is to be good enough.

If not focused but defocused, all the elements used to construct what you believe to be blur out. Hence they do not seem to be something, and you, therefore, not different from the nothingness where the empty breath resides. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

So although being special brings about stress and being basic results in relaxation, almost everybody does their best to establish themselves as somebody special in a mundane or so-called spiritual way. Thus hack #4.4 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing is mostly about using stress and speedy thoughts as a take-off to the empty breath. In regards to the basic self, it is not the stress of being somebody but the relaxation of being nobody, that ignites a take-off to the empty breath.

Let us imagine, you have covered your eyes by your hand, so you can indulge in daydreaming without being disturbed by the world outside of you. Though it feels great to have a fantasy of a better world, it also feels strange to be cut off from the actual world.

So when you want to see the world as it is and not as you imagine it could be, and you sense it is your own hand that stops you from doing so, you automatically remove it. Hence it is the built-up frustration and the realisation it is caused by your own hand, that makes you take it away so you can see the world as it is.

Having had enough of something ignites a take-off to the empty breath and the bliss of nothing
The process in the above box, generally speaking, resembles the way a take-off to the empty breath is ignited. The perception of the experiences you seem to have is believed to establish you as special and therefore to hide that it is a fantasy made from nothing.

This perception, which is to be compared to the hand in the above box, is made from selected thoughts organised into a spiritual or mundane vocabulary (read more about that here), that you share with like-minded ones to confirm each other as being special and not just a fantasy of the brain. Read more about this here.

You may not only sense the bare feet that have made the footprints in this photo but also the body they belong to. Yet there is no feet or entity in the image, and nobody makes footprints like those. Hence what you sense is a construction of thoughts. Read more about that here. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When you have had enough of the confusion that comes from this perception, you loosen the grip on the selected thoughts, making it up. Thus you start to see that being special is a daydream. When you are fed up by that, your frustration ignites a take-off to the empty breath. In the connectedness with its nothingness, there is not somebody to perceive that what you experience makes you special or anything at all. This does not mean that you disappear but that you are not attributed with a specific meaning.

The empty breath cannot be experienced as something definitive because it resides in the nothingness unprocessed by the brain. Hence you do not  notice it when you want to experience something.

Since this is a state of not-knowing, there is no awareness of the bliss that nothing entails when not disguised as something. But memories of it pop up when you return to the conscious experience of being someone, which you must do latest 20 minutes, 45 at most, after entering a state of not-knowing, if you want to be able to go on as someone substantial in a tangible world. Read more about that here.

When returning from a state of not-knowing to the consciousness of being someone definitive, the slate has been wiped clean, so even though it feels like you just had a unique experience, you are nothing special. Instead, you are the basic self you always were supposed to be. Being that you are happy.

And this happiness does not come from what you experience to be and have but from being in sync with the brain (see hack #4.2 The basic self versus the special one), there is no need to perceive any experiences as something special. Thus they seem so unimportant, that, every now and then, there does not appear to be something to hide the bliss of nothing. In other words, you automatically and very quickly go back and forth between a state of not-knowing and the conscious experience of being someone. See To be nobody and yet somebody.

The connectedness with the empty breath does not come from meditating, chanting or any other technique of self-control, because control enhances the belief in being someone definitive. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Being a basic self is an after-effect of a state of not-knowing that may last from a few seconds to many years. Often though it is quickly overridden by the desire to be and have something special. No worries. The confusing energy that this entails is so powerful that it ignites a take-off to the empty breath, provided you are willing to not fix your frustration yourself by denying or indulging in sex or anything else.

In other words, when you are totally fed up with being controlled by the thoughts and feelings, you have sought out yourself to form a belief system of how to be special, you automatically leave it. Not in the sense that you give up, let be or surrender because that is based on being special. But in the sense that the unedited frustration ignites a take-off to the empty breath and in its nothingness there is not something to define you as special anymore.

Are you confused about how to connect with the empty breath? If so, do not try to clear up the turmoil but go with the flow of it so its unedited energy can ignite a take-off to the empty breath. Check out The speed of uncontrolled thoughts and feelings ignites a take-off to the bliss of nothingness if you want to read more about that. Read What and where are the inner and outer senses in the case this is what you want to dig into.

Be aware, though, that you will never know how to connect with the empty breath. It is not something but nothing, and you cannot know how to connect with nothing. But if you forget what and where you appear to be, you do not need to connect because then there does not appear to be something hiding that you are nothing.

+ The speed of unedited thoughts and feelings ignites a take-off to the bliss of nothing (DRAFT)

That which is one can be compared to a movie running so fast that no frames can be seen and a world where there seems to be more than one to the same movie slowed down to the extent, that it seems to consists of many different frames. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1: UNEDITED SPEED BRINGS YOU INTO THE BLISS OF NOTHING
Oneness is contrary to the common belief, not the same as stillness but loudness. That is if the speed of it could be experienced. But that is not possible, because it requires more than one to experience something.

You could also say, the reason oneness cannot be experienced is that it is a movie (an analogue), that is played so fast that the individual frames of it cannot be seen because. The speed merges them into one. Hence it is not quietness but speediness that is the bedrock of that which is one.

Read more about the fantasy of a slowed-down version of that which is one where there seems to be more than one can in The world is to be compared to a movie of that which is you played in slow motion, and see illustration of that in the appendix to What is unreal is right in front of you.

In the context of this metaphor, a world where there seems to be more than one is a movie of oneness slowed down so much, that it seems to consists of frames divided by time and space.

Those insisting in oneness being stillness are those who want to take it slow, because that gives them time to feel they are in control.

It is, therefore, not calmness but speediness, that is needed to accelerate the slowed-down movie of oneness into its natural speed, which is so fast that nothing can be seen. Hence hack #4.4 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing is not about slowing down thoughts or stopping them but not holding them back so the speediness of them ignite a take-off to the empty breath. It syncs the speedy thoughts in the low-frequency world of the outer senses with the high-frequency world of the inner senses, so they can be further accelerated without you going insane in the world of the outer senses.

Inevitable thoughts move so fast that there is no time to hold onto any of them to make you come out as someone definitive in the world of the outer senses. Thus that world is perceived from the world of the inner senses, where you are not someone definitive. Thus you are in a state of not-knowing, which is pure bliss.

If you remain in that state for more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, the speed of the thoughts become so fast that they merge into the enlightenment of that which is one, from where there is nothing to gently fall into the formlessness of oneness. See hack #5-7.1 From the inner senses through a black hole into that which is one. Most, however, never enter a state of not-knowing and if they do they leave it after a few seconds or minutes. So we return to the subject of this hack, which is not that which is one but how to enjoy the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one while slowly but surely having it undone.

Since there is no more than that which is one, everything in a world where there seems to be more than one is absurd. That includes Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. Yet the application of them undoes the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

For a take-off to the empty breath to work, you do not have to sit in special postures or do something extraordinary. There is one thing, though, you must do to make it work. You got to acknowledge the chaos of thoughts and feelings as they are experienced without analysing or trying to understand them, nor to shape them by a philosophical or religious system, because if editing, the speed of chaos is replaced by the numbness of order.

To not suppress the chaos through mental or meditative activity, but instead acknowledge it as it is, you do nothing than to totally be it.* This is not only the take-off to the empty breath but also the destination because totally being something leaves nothing to contrast it. And as that does not leave behind anything to define you, you are in a state of not-knowing. Read more about that here.

In a state of not-knowing, the apparent difference between specific thoughts is not perceived to make a difference, neither is the supposed difference between what is presumed to be you and others. Thus there is nobody to be separated from somebody or at one with anybody – nor to experience the bliss that this entails.

But you do not know the bliss of that before you return to the conscious experience of being someone definitive and memories of it start popping up. You know, however, you are in a state of not-knowing when you do not care about what and where you appear to be.

When trying to control, change or stop thoughts and feelings, they are slowed down and therefore do not have the speed needed to ignite a take-off to the empty breath, where they lose their apparent meaning, since the empty breath is indifferent to differences. Consequently, they also lose their apparent power to define you as someone definitive.

Please be aware, that the above explanation of that which is one versus a world where there seems to be more than one is as absurd as any other explanation of this or anything else, because it requires more than one to explain something and there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless.

And as it also takes more than one to find something, there is neither truth, love, oneness or anything else to be found anywhere. Thus Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings do not reveal oneness, nor do they point to it, since that requires more than one. But they point to the belief that it is possible to be and have more that which is one as that is what seems to hide there never was or will be more than that which is one because it is formless and therefore endless.

If you do not like to feel you are an outsider, it is not solved by blaming others, but by only feeling that. As that means there is nothing to contrast what you feel, it cannot be defined. Hence there is nothing but the bliss of emptiness. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 2: COMPLETELY BEING SOMETHING UNVEILS THE BLISS OF NOTHING
Feeling wrong seems to go away when you complain about somebody because that makes them appear to be wrong and you to be right. But complaining about others to escape unwanted feelings in yourself is like covering them under the lid in a cooking pot. Sooner or later, the pressure of the suppressed emotions blows off the lid and steam of grievances shoot out.

Since the cooking pot in this metaphor is your body, the above is to say, that although complaining about somebody at first seems to make you feel better, the problem is not solved. It has just been buried inside your body from where it will come out in the open when the body expels the suppressed problem through physical disease. Whatever that is, you most likely blame it for having caused you to suffer, so you still can deny having an emotional problem.

You do not get rid of an emotional problem by suppressing but feeling it. This is not done by telling friends or a psychiatrist what you think that your problem is. Focusing on the cause displaces the feeling, and so does talking about it because that disassociate you from feeling it.

Totally being a feeling is as easy as being completely devoted to sex, for example. It does not mean, by the way, that you go deep down in the feeling. It is like going deep into a well. No reason to do that. It is the same water on the surface. In other words, totally being an emotion is to feel as it comes to you now.

So instead of sharing what you think you feel with somebody, feel it all by yourself until you are nothing but that, wherefore there is no feeling to contrast it and, therefore, not something to define you as having a problem or anything else. Consequently, you are in a state of not-knowing.

Read more about the cancellation of contrasts and thus of you as someone definitive in Without contrasts, there is no duality, and so nothing seems to hide there is no more than non-duality. See hack #4.3 To be a basic self is to be good enough about hiding feelings in the body and the psychosomatic disorders it entails.

And check out The ins and outs of ´the empty breath´ about completely being a specific feeling, so what you are being becomes indefinable and thus brings you into a state of not-knowing.

Contrasts are slowly but surely cancelled out in the indifference of the empty breath, including the contrast between life and death. When all contrast is cancelled out, there does not appear to be somebody in a world of something to hide there never was or will be more than the formlessness of oneness. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

This does not necessarily mean that the bodily symptom of the suppressed feeling magically vanishes. The body may still hurt. But since there is nobody to perceive this as something, it is, just like in a dream, nothing, which applies to everything else, so there is not something to be bothered by. Nor is there anybody to know the bliss that this entails before returning to the belief in being someone and blissful memories of not believing that start to surface.

Since these memories slowly by surely rubs off on your perception of what and where you appear to be as someone definitive, you do not need to avoid or hold onto any feeling to establish yourself as special. Consequently, the body is not used as a garbage bin for unwanted feelings, so it is not disturbed by immaterial matters and can take care of physical issues just like it was made to do. Sometimes, maybe, with a little help from a qualified healthcare professional.

To sum it up, acknowledging a feeling as something specific that you experience as someone definitive makes it possible to completely be what you feel. Being that and nothing else there is not something to contrast it, and therefore nothing to define what you are. Thus you enter a state of not-knowing. However, it is not before you leave it and return the belief in being someone definitive, that you remember, the bliss that comes from being indifferent to that.

You must leave a state of not-knowing after 20 minutes, 45 at most, at a time if you want to be able again to have a conscious experience of being someone definitive because the brain falls into a coma if there is not a continuous dialogue – internal or external – about something that seems to confirm you are someone definitive. Read more about this in the article Where to find the bliss of ´the empty breath´ or check the hack 20 minutes, 45 at most in Extra Duality Hacks.

If the brain is not kept active by you continuously perceiving something as separate, it cannot uphold the consciousness of you as someone definitive, wherefore you are in a state of not-knowing. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

So if you do not want the brain to fall into a coma, and you to disappear in the nothingness from where the experiences of what you believe to be is fabricated by the brain, you must return to the consciousness of being someone in a world of something by resuming your grievances about the world experienced to be outside of you, so you again are established to be separated from what you experience and thus to be someone definitive. Read here how complaints seem to make you appear to be real.

Instead of returning from a state of not-knowing to the conscious experience of being someone definitive, you can totally forget about something, so there is nothing to be absorbed by the enlightenment of that which is one, so there is no consciousness, states of bliss or anything else that requires more than one.

Hence there is not something which seems to hide, there never was or will be nothing but that which is one. Read about the enlightenment of that which is one in HACK #5-7, Inner senses, enlightenment, and glimpses of it. This does not only mean that the appearance of you as someone definitive is terminated, but that you have never existed, neither in a material or spiritual way, because it takes more than one to exist.

No reason to worry about accidentally and abruptly being terminated as someone in the enlightenment of that which is one, because in most cases the fear of it (read more about that here) or the urge to separate will set in before that, so you automatically fend off that which is one to appear as if you are someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Obviously, nor Alexius or anybody else has passed the point of no return in the enlightenment of that which is one because a world where there seems to be more than one is still experienced, and it only takes one to undo what is not one because there is no more than that which is one.

PART 3: THE RETURN FROM THE BLISS OF NOTHING TO THE HAPPINESS OF SOMETHING
When returning from a state of not-knowing to the consciousness of being someone, just like a criminal, you do not think in the categories of right or wrong. Unlike a criminal, however, you do not replace these categories with a calculation of what you can get away with it. You are aware that you do not choose what you do – only how you perceive it.

You do not get stressed from always having to avoid what you judge as negative, being angry for example, when perceiving everything as it is what it is. Read more about this perception here.

And since your perception always is that it is what it is, negative thoughts are just as welcome as positive ones. So is the empty breath. Most of this hack, however, presumes you do not perceive everything as it is what it is, but I know what it is. And as you have to exclude everything unknow from your awareness to uphold this perception, you are full of hidden thoughts and feelings which suppressed energy can be used to ignite a take-off to the empty breath.

If you have been reading hack #4.2 The basic self versus the special one and hack #4.3 To be a basic self is to be good enough, you have probably grasped that you, in the terms of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, are the basic self when perceiving everything as it is what it is and the special self, if you have made a perception of yourself that implies you know better than the brain and thus have established yourself better and more unique than the basic self the brain has created – or in the process of doing it.

Being in sync with the brain, there is nothing to disturb you from falling into a state of not-knowing.

Since the basic self is in sync with the brain, it feels the happiness of something contrary to the special self which is out of sync and thus gets the sadness of something. They are equally illusionary, though, but it does not seem so dangerous to have that exposed when being a basic and not a special self.

*) If you already have organised the chaos of thoughts into a specific belief system, there is no need to going back to chaos to ignite a take-off to the empty breath. You just acknowledge the suppression of it by being nothing but that. Read more about that here.

+ Take-offs to ´the empty breath´ (in the process of being updated)

You can use anything that seems to speed you up, whether it appears to be positive or negative, for a take-off to the empty breath. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Success, as well as failure in the world of the outer senses, tends to speed up thoughts and feelings, which is felt as stressful. Some, therefore, try to escape this by meditating, even though that often has the opposite effect, namely to bring about more thoughts and feelings. Read more about that here.

If you do not try to control or stop the speedy and chaotic movements of thoughts and feelings so they can be used to organise an image of you as someone special in the world of the outer senses, there is nothing to support the collectively agreed idea of this world as definable. Thus the empty breath can sync the apparent tangible world of the outer senses with the abstractness of the inner ones.

Since this makes the abstractness of the inner senses the foundation for the perception of the world experienced with the outer senses, the apparent differences in that world are no longer perceived to make a difference. Consequently, do not know what and you are and thus in a state of not-knowing, which is like floating on clouds of bliss.

The fastest way to not be bothered by speedy thoughts and feelings is to not try to organise them into something harmonious, but have the raw energy of unsuppressed confusion ignite a take-off to the empty breath, which immediately takes you across an invisible bridge to the high-frequency world of the inner senses, from where the speed from the low-frequency world of the outer senses that brought you there does not appear to be stressful but soothing.

Read more about the inner an outer senses in What and where are the inner and outer senses or hack #5-7.3 The inner senses, the enlightenment of that which is one and glimpses of it.

In other words, when stress is not suppressed in the world of the outer senses its chaotic energy ignites a take-off to the empty breath, that automatically synchronises the outer and inner senses, so the world of the inner senses become the foundation for how the world of the outer senses is perceived.

And since the world of the inner senses vibrates at a high-speed frequency, the experience of speedy thoughts and/or feelings in the low-frequency world of the outer senses does not seem disturbing when perceived from the high-frequency world of the inner senses. On the contrary. It is like walking on air.

Except for the inner and outer sense of sight, it is the same sensory organs, that pick up the world of the inner senses and the world of the outer senses. The difference between the two worlds is that the data received by inner senses remain relatively unprocessed by the brain, so the world evolving from them appear to abstract and inside, contrary to the world of the outer senses, which consist of the same data processed by the brain into an experience of you as someone definitive in a world outside of you that is defined by time and space. That being said, what the brain receives from the sensory system is nothing. The body is a fantasy, also the aura around it and higher frequencies, and that the brain is making this fantasy that someone is experiencing because there is no more than that which is one and it takes more than one to make or have a fantasy. But within the context of the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, this is the fantasy Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings is using to expose that everything experienced is a fantasy nobody is making or having. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The differentiation in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings between inner and outer world is not meant to say that they are experienced through two sensory systems. Just that they are two different kinds of experiences: One perceived to be inside and the other to be outside. It is, actually, the info from the same sensory system that the brain claims to process into an inner or outer world, except for the sense of sight. But that is not important in this context.

It has taken the brain one second to produce your current experience of the outer world (read more about that here), so if you go back one second, you get the unprocessed version of being someone who reads this now. At least theoretically speaking.

None of your experiences, however, is based on info coming from the sensory system as the brain claims, and most choose to believe since otherwise, it is evident, that they are not somebody but nobody because all experiences fabricated by the brain is processed from out of nothing. So what you find when going back one second is the nothingness the brain twists into something experienced by someone.

There you also find the empty breath, which is nothingness not processed into something by the brain. A split second before you reach the empty breath, you meet the brains first abstract visions of nothing as if it is something, namely the world of the inner senses. And almost a second later, the brain has processed the abstractness into your current experience of being someone substantial in the tangible world of the outer senses.

When indifferent to the belief in being someone, it feels so good appearing to be that. This is until you are not indifferent to it anymore. Then it feels like hell.

In the connectedness with the empty breath, the world of the inner and outer senses are synced in regards to what and where you appear to be. When walking down the street, you probably do not sense the inner world, although it is from there you perceive the world of the outer, and therefore do not perceive it to be something.

If you connect with the empty breath when you are all on your own, the image fabricated by the brain of you as someone definitive is downplayed, but still in play. Otherwise, there would not be somebody to experience the world of the inner senses and the glimpses of the enlightenment that may come from it. Read here how to have glimpses of enlightenment. Your eyes do not need to be closed for this because while you have such experiences, the world of the outer senses automatically fades out.

Nobody knows if the eyes are closed when the empty breath does not sync the inner and outer world but embraces you in its emptiness so that there is nothing but emptiness. But when returning to the consciousness of being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, there is certainly someone to know that is natural to be just as bad as good in such a world since one must appear to be more than one there.

You cannot experience the abstractness in the world of the inner senses without partly being conscious of the image fabricated by the brain of you as someone definitive. Hence the empty breath synchs the world of the inner and outer senses in such a way that part of you still believe to be someone definitive. The only duality hack that immediately undoes this belief is the enlightenment of that which is one. All other duality hacks have a more gradual approach so that you in a process over time can enjoy the belief in being someone definitive while having it undone. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

No matter how the connection with the empty breath is experienced, you are in the bliss of nothing. This state of not-knowing, however, cannot last more than 20 minutes, 45 at most,** at a time if you want to return to the conscious experience of being someone because the brain falls into a coma if the ongoing communication with the self it has created stops. See ´The empty breath´ and the bliss of not believing to be someone.

Should you forget to return to the consciousness of being someone definitive, the enlightenment of that which is one set in. Read more about that in hack #5-7.1 From the inner senses through a black hole into that which is one. It terminates any experience you ever had of being someone or being in the bliss of nothing, so there is nothing to hide there never was or will be more than that which cannot be experienced, namely that which is one. Most, however, leave a state of not-knowing long time before it is too late to return to the consciousness of being someone.

You do not need to understand the explanations about the inner and outer senses to connect with the empty breath. Nor do you need to understand, you are brought back one second in linear time when you connect with the empty breath. On the contrary. The less you understand, the easier it is, because you connect with the empty breath by not doing anything about how you feel, so its the unedited energy can ignite a take-off to the empty breath. If you try to do it yourself, you enhance the belief in being someone and thus fence of the bliss of being nobody.

If you insist on connecting with the empty breath in your own way and pace, you fence it off, because you are not in charge of anything except how you perceive it.

In other words, you must be willing to go with the flow of the empty breath, which realistically speaking means you should acknowledge that you do not feel ready for that. Here you can read more about how acknowledging not to be willing to have the belief in being someone undone kickstarts the willingness to have it undone.

If you want to connect with the empty breath, do not try to collect data from this article into something meaningful but go with confusion and uncertainty, you may feel from reading it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The new age ideas about being still, centred or whatnot are not gonna help you in regards to taking off to the empty breath. Those ideas are based on excluding something to obtain a specific experience, and there is nothing definitive about the empty breath. Actually, you do not even know when you are connected because it is a state of not-knowing.

Please do not try to construct a perception of what you are reading about the empty breath so that you seem to understand it. There is not something to understand because it is nothing. So stick to being confused. The unedited energy of it will ignite a take-off to the empty breath, so you in one second are filled with the bliss of emptiness.

Any tension in the body or emotion in the psyche will ignite a take-off to the empty breath if you go with the flow of it unedited. This is as easy as going the flow of erotic energy until it explodes and you feel released.

That does not mean, however, that tensions and emotions magically disappear, when connecting with the empty breath. See The purpose of the duality hacks is not to heal the body but the belief that there is someone in it. But due to its indifference to a world of differences, nothing seems disturbing.

The conclusion of this is not that you should stop taking medicine to ease hay fever, for example. It may help you to relax, so you are able not to suppress but face the stress and fear of being attacked and thus can use the energy of this violent experience to ignite a take-off to the empty breath.

Actually, having sex can be used to ignite a take-off to the empty breath, and so can any other intense experience. Feeling depressed works as well, provided there is no attempt to suppress it in order to preserve a special image of yourself as a happy one or to hang onto a sad face so it can be used to make others guilty. Read more about the latter here.

Yet the unedited frustration that this entails can also be used to ignite a take-off to the empty breath. And so can pain that just like frustration or any other emotion vanishes in the connectedness with the empty breath. Or to be more correct, it is the consciousness of you as someone definitive that stops. Hence there is nobody to be in pain.

A take-off to the empty breath may be experienced to start off in the top of the head by a gentle explosion of accumulated thoughts and feelings perceived as upsetting. This paves the way for the empty breath that greets you by expanding the body with empty space*, so it does not seem to be substantial and therefore not to differ from the nothingness of the empty breath. That is if you do not try to stop or edit thoughts and feelings because that takes off their edge and thus the raw power to ignite a take-off to the empty breath.

In the above take-off, you probably landed inside the operator of the empty breath. See the paragraph of the same name in the article What does ´the empty breath´ feel like?. But it could also have been in the swing of the empty breath. See the paragraph of the same name in the article What does ´the empty breath´ feel like? where you also can read about the other ways of experiencing the empty breath. Physically speaking, it may be experienced to be an engine generating it from the gut or the chest. See To be nobody and yet somebody.

But as the connectedness with the empty breath is a state of not-knowing, there is nobody to know that you are connected with it. Thus the feeling of it, as described in What does ´the empty breath´ feel like? and the other articles about the empty breath is based on the memories of it. They pop up when returning from a state of not-knowing to the consciousness of being someone definitive.

Should you after having read the above feel confused about what the empty breath is and how to connect with it, do not try to resolve this but go with the flow of the unedited energy of disorientation until it ignites a take-off to the empty breath, and you feel a big smile expanding your body that is showered by a big fountain of joy.

To wonder if indifference brings about the empty breath or it is brought about by the empty breath is like asking, if it is the chicken or the egg that comes first.

There is no right way to feel the empty breath. At first, it may not be felt in the exciting ways described in the article What does ´the empty breath´ feel like?. Actually, it may not be felt at all, because its main attribute is indifference (read more about that here), and that is not a feeling. Yet not feeling the stress, that comes from believing to be someone definitive, is a big relief.

A take-off to the empty breath only works to the extent, that you are not occupied with being or having more in a material, immaterial or spiritual way.

Are you still confused and do not feel any connectedness with the empty breath, check the other articles in hack #4.4 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing, or hack #4.4 ´The empty breath´ and the bliss of not believing to be someone that is more explanatory. You can also read the preface to the empty breath, namely hack #4.2, The basic self versus the special one and hack #4.3 To be a basic self is to be good enough.

The more something seems to speed up inside or outside of you without you trying to make sense out of it, the less you experience yourself to be substantial. Hence there is not something preventing the empty breath, which is empty space* to fill you with the bliss of nothing. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

A NOTE ABOUT ALEXIUS:
The above way to connect with the empty breath is Alexius has detected from his interaction with it. How that turned into the methods described in hack #4.4 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing he does not know. But from testing the take-offs before writing about them, he knows that anything which seems to irritate or excite him can be used to ignite a take-off the empty breath, whether he sits in a bus, walk down a noisy street or whatnot.

Check out Where do the hacks of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings come from, if you want to read more about this.

Consequently, there is no need to repeat a mantra, having positive thoughts, being quiet in special surroundings with special people to take-off to the empty breath. Neither to stop thoughts, actually, they are the fuel for the take-off.

+ You feel stressed from perceiving the apparent differences to make a difference (in the process of being updated)

It is only in a world where there seems to be more than one that you can search for the meaning of life. Yet it is not to be found there or anywhere else, because it takes more than one to find something and life is that which is one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The way that letters are put together in various configurations makes it possible for us to attribute a special meaning to each of the shapes. And when they are organised in rows divided by dots and commas, like in this article, they seem to make up a story written by somebody else than ourselves, and thus to confirm we are somebody in a world where there are more than one. But since the story that seems to prove this is pieced together of shapes attributed a meaning by ourselves, the story is made by ourselves and, therefore, does not prove there are more than that which is one.

Reality is that which is one, and since it takes more than one to experience something, it cannot be experienced.

Let us imagine, that the letters making up the shapes we believe in establishing us as somebody in a world where there seems to be more than one are the same letters making up that which is one. Unlike in the world where we believe to be and where everything is experienced to be separated by time and space, there is no space to keep anything apart in that which is, since that requires more than one.

Hence the letters, that oneness consists of cannot be distinguished from each other, and therefore not organised into shapes, that added together in specific ways seem to establish a story of us as somebody in a world where there seems to be more than one. In other words, oneness is formless.

In oneness, everything is fused into one perpetual present, which no one can see because it takes time to see something. Hence, it is only in a world defined by time and space, there is something to behold. What you see, however, is not there. Oneness is formless and therefore endless, so there is no world defined by time and space. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

A world defined by time and space is a slowed-down version of the formlessness of oneness
It is not only because there is no space to separate the letters making up that which is one, that they cannot be differentiated from each other, but also because they move so fast that time stands still (read more about that here). Hence it is not possible to organise them in a linear way – or any other way for that matter.

In the context of our story about a world where there seems to be more than one versus that which is one, you could say, a world where there seems to be more than one is a fantasy of what oneness would look like if it could be slowed down. The more oneness is imagined to be slowed down, the more space there seems to be between the otherwise shapeless letters in that which is one, wherefore they appear to be separated from each other and have a definitive shape of their own.

Read more about the fantasy of a slowed-down version of that which is one into a world where there seems to be more than one can in The world is to be compared to a movie of that which is you played in slow motion, and see illustration of that in the appendix to What is unreal is right in front of you.

Furthermore, there seems to be time to arrange the separated shapes in different combinations attributed with each their own meaning, so not only space but also time establishes separation as real and thus that which is one as unreal.

The slowing down of oneness is, therefore, an attempt to turn formlessness into thoughts representing specific shapes that seem to be something you can manipulate to your liking in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Hence the way back to oneness does not come from stopping the speed of thoughts via meditation or something else that makes you appear to be in control of the thoughts making up your particular shape, so you seem to be at rest and unmoved by the speed of the Earth that is hurtling around the sun at 67.000 miles an hour. Read more about that here.

Neither is the way back revealed by understanding this or anything else, as to understand something requires more than one and, therefore, enhances the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

No matter if something is experienced to be inside or outside, it is make-believe, because that which is you is no different from the formlessness of oneness and formlessness has no sides.

To undo the belief in separation, you must give up attributing meaning to anything, so the apparent differences in your experiences do not appear to make a difference. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

A journey without distance takes no time
It is not a fact but make-believe that what and where you appear to be is real. It all falls apart if not attributing meaning to the letters in this article or anything else that seems to be part of the story of what and where you are because when shapes make no sense, there is nothing to separate them and thus no time and space.

Since there is no more than oneness, nobody has ever left it. Hence the way back takes no time.

The fastest way to not attribute meaning to something experienced to be there, is, of course, to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one (see hack #5-7.1 From the inner senses through a black hole into that which is one). It promptly and relentlessly erases every definable detail of whatever you remember to have experienced so there are no memories from where an image of you as someone definitive can be recalled and thus nobody to experience a world where there seems to be more than one.

Should you not want to go that fast but have the belief in being someone definitive undone over time, you can connect with the empty breath (read more about that here). It undoes this belief gradually, so you are able to enjoy the excitement of it while slowly but surely having it undone.

The reason for this is that the empty breath does not erase the memories of you as someone in a world of something. But since it resides in the nothingness from where the brain has made the experiences that are stored as your memories, it knows they are nothing. Thus your past does not establish what and where you believe to be now as something.

So though you appear to be somebody in a world of something, it is perceived as nothing the more you are connected with the empty breath –  just like within the context of the world of something, you are are not perceived as real when you appear to be someone in the virtual world of a video game (see hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive).

The source of life cannot create anything, as it is that which is one, and it takes more than one to create something. For the same reason, it cannot be found. Fortunately, that is not necessary, because it is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than that. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Nothing needs to be done when not perceived as something
The change of size and weight from hefty to almost nothing – for example vinyl to CD to MP3 to streaming, and computer to smartphones to wearables – is a reminder, that reality is sizeless as it is that which is one, and it takes more than one to take up space. For the same reason, oneness, cannot be found in a world defined by time and space. Nothing in such a world or any other kind of world can bring you back to it, except the undoing of the belief that you are there.

That is the purpose of the empty breath as well as the other duality hacks. This they do not achieve by revealing the formlessness of oneness, as it takes more than one to do so. Besides, oneness does not need to be revealed, because it is formless and therefore endless, so there is nothing else.

What needs to be revealed is that what you believe to be is nothing that through your perception of it as something seems to hide the formlessness of oneness. Just like it is your perception of what you experience to be in a dream that makes you appear to be there, although you are at sleep in your bed.

This perception is what the empty breath corrects without you having to leave the dream. So with the empty breath by your side, you do not need to stop or change anything to have the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one undone and at the same time having fun experiencing to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

APPENDIX:
Some claim the amount of info coming from digital media is stressing. But that is most likely because they want to uphold a particular image of the world, and therefore need to sort it into what is adaptable and not. Since this requires you to keep a distance to the nonadaptable, you must remember the thoughts making it up. But as you also need to remember the thoughts that are adaptable, there are many thoughts to keep track of. That is what feels stressing and not the amount of info.

Fortunately, the more stressed you seem to be, the faster its disappears if you do not try to slow down the pace of it but use it to ignite a take-off to the empty breath. Read more about that here.

BM5 The psychological and physical sphere does not mix [draft]

The body functions the best without mental concepts of balance, love, spirituality and whatnot inflicted upon it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The basic self knows there is no need to unite anything in the world because all of its experiences are produced in the brain, so they are already together – just like everything are together on your hard disk or in the cloud even though they seem to be separated on your screen. The special self,* on the other hand, believes all experiences are created by itself from here and there and thus not together. Hence it tries to control them in order to unite them or create some kind of consistency or synchronicity. But since every experience is made and controlled by the brain and no, this is not possible.

But it is possible to make a perception of the experiences created by the brain so that everything that does not attest to you being independent is excluded from it. Since the experience of the excluded is dump the experience of vulnerable parts of the body, the special self ends up having psychosomatic problems.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

If the body is intolerant to a specific food, it is not mental ideas of mindfulness that it needs for its wellness, but that this specific food is avoided.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Feelings that are perceived to be painful or politically incorrect are often projected onto obscure parts of the body, so they seem to be out-of-the-way. But later, sometimes years, the suppressed energy of these feelings may cause the stomach to bloat, for example. No matter what the doctors do to heal it, however, the cause remains unhealed until it is dealt with where it was made, namely in the psychological sphere.

This does not come from understanding the cause or pattern of it, but the willingness to psychologically be the problem because then there is no need to exclude it from the awareness by hiding it in the darkness of the body.*

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

While appearing to be in a body, enjoy the physical sensations from food and sex, for example, but do not count on those bodily experiences for your emotional wellbeing. That the body cannot provide that. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

To uphold the image of itself as a positive person, the special self* avoids all feelings perceived as negative, for example, sexual lust, power strivings, selfishness, greed, envy, anger and rage, by hiding them in the body. And to make sure that nobody discovers that it still contains these feelings, it projects them onto the others.

But since everything in the script of the brain* comes in pairs, it is not possible to experience positivity without negativity, and vice versa. Thus the suppression of negative emotions does not make the special self* positive but someone living in denial and, therefore, out of sync with the script of the brain.*

Had the feelings perceived as negative not been excluded they would automatically have been included.* And since they, therefore, meet their opposing feeling of positivity, they are whole, which feels good. So does feeling happy/sad, that is the combo arising from losing the interest in the former relations based on exclusion.*

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

That negativity is terrible and not part of your personality is another story of yours which is rooted in the wish to be better than others. Yet most of your daily activities, among others reading this, requires negativity because, without the negative pole in an electrical wire, there would be no energy to replicate this article on the screen.

And Amethyst, for example, emits negative ions to produce biochemical reactions that create positive vibes and thus relieves stress. Likewise bringing back home your negativity from where you hid it in the body into your awareness will do wonders there.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The special self* believes everything would be much better if others would listen to it and follow its lead. Yet it seldom has a solution to the things it points out as wrong – at least not one that can be implemented. Its primary focus is to find faults in others so they can be blamed for having caused its negative feelings, and they, therefore, are disassociated from the special self, which thus appears to be positive.

Since blaming others for its own negativity makes the special feel guilty, it feels relieved when somebody else is convicted for a crime. This makes it feel that the guilty one has been found and it, therefore, does not need to feel guilty for making others wrong in order to make itself look right.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Being the basic self* and thus perceiving every moment as the perfect moment (read more about that here) does not necessarily mean the body is perfect. But since the basic self perceives its condition as it is what it is,** you feel good regardless of it. Alexius body, for example, has chronic inflammation in the lungs and he has had several operations in the heart, although he never has been smoking and always been eating healthy and exercising. One leg is shorter than the other, and one of his eyes hardly works. He has rhinitis and whatnot. The list goes on.

Most of the time, he does not try to change what cannot be altered. Sometimes, though, he turns into the special self* in an attempt to make things better. But since this attempt is based on not feeling good enough and therefore enhances that feeling, frustration builds up until he returns to the perception of the basic self,* namely it is what it is,** and thus feels good enough as he is.

This is not to say, that you do not take care of the body when you are grounded in the basic self* because regardless of being that or the special self*, you are bound to follow the instructions of the brain, which includes taking care of the body by brushing its teeth, for example. The special self,* however, does not like to follow orders, so although it does what it is assigned to do, it covers up its obedience by a perception in which it appears to be in charge or going with the flow.

As this perception is out of sync with the script of the brain, the special self* does not feel happy but rejected which it projects on the body, that does not know how to deal with this feeling since it is made to deal with physicality only. Thus the problem turns int a psychosomatic disorder, that cannot be healed until the sick idea of mixing body and emotions is dropped, so the body is free to heal itself*, and the emotional problems can be dealt with in the non-physical sphere where they were conceived.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The special self* does not want to see itself for better and worse, so it excludes everything from its awareness of itself that does not ratify its high-minded image of what it is or will be in the future when it is transformed.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

It is crucial for the special self not to feel any emotion as it is so that the image it has made of itself does not crack. Hence it suppresses all feelings and become so numb that it cannot feel anything but the fear of them surfacing. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Should you have conditioned yourself to feel relaxed when you hear a specific kind of music, you find yourself as a part of a play, where you imagine what you should feel, every time you hear this music. In other words, you do not feel what you feel but what you imagine you should feel in this situation. And as most of what you believe in feeling rests on your conditioning, you are hardly ever in touch with your emotions but what you have been conditioned to feel. This suits the special self very well. It does not want to feel its feelings as they are, but how it imagines them to be according to the story, it has made up of who it is.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Stubbornly insisting on being in the right is going to stiffen the shoulders and/or neck and thus create an emotional blockage that prevents the feelings arising out of the body from being processed by the brain as they are. Hence you can take over to process them into what you imagine you should feel according to collectively agreed on concepts that justify what you imagine to feel, for example disrespected.

If that is what you, in your culture, should feel if someone is more than 15 minutes late for a meeting, you can in a rational way present others with collectively agreed reasons for being hurt and thus to be in the right, while at the same time escaping what waiting for someone in vain actually made you feel, because justifying a feeling suppresses it and so does rationally explaining it. Thus the only thing you feel is the satisfaction of being in the right.

But since that only last as long as someone is willing to listen to the story of your made-up feeling, the satisfaction fades out when they have had enough. No worries. If you perceive the story as it as it is what it is,** nothing in it that adds up to something specific, so it cannot be used to justify being unfairly treated and therefore not suppress what you actually feel. Being in touch with that makes you feel so fulfilled that you do not need the satisfaction of being in the right.

The feeling you in this way have gotten in touch with will not trouble you as if not pinned on a story you or others have made up the feeling has nothing to cling onto. Consequently, it quickly makes a place for another feeling. Should that seem to be an unpleasant one, sadness for example, there is no need to avoid it because, in a world of duality, everything comes in pairs. So if not suppressed, its roommate, happiness, is also there, so you feel happy/sad.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Feelings only seem to be conflicting, if specific ones are judged to be wrong. When any kind of feeling is perceived as it is what it is, there are no conflicts. Thus feeling angry is not at odds with feeling peaceful but two sides of the same coin.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Willingness to feel the emotions that seem to scare us reveals that they are not something but nothing. Just like the sounds, you hear walking on an empty street do not scare you when you turn around and see they come from the wind playing with the leaves. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

When something that makes you feel sad is perceived as it is what it is** sadness is also experienced as gladness. First of all, because everything comes in pairs but also because if something has not made you happy at some point, it cannot make you sad. When your cat dies, for example, your sadness is related to the many years of gladness you had had when it was alive.

If you feel sad and it does not make you glad, you have altered the automatically made perception of it is what it is to I know what it is.**

Should you, however, make a perception that states I know what it is,** you will not feel glad as well as sad because the sadness becomes sticky by the story you make to justify that I know what it is.** Not so much because of the story but because spent much time trying to make others believe it, so it can be established, you have been the unjustly treated, and that is the reason you feel sad.

Since IBS is a sickness that cannot be measured physically, it is most likely caused by psychologically problems you excluded from the awareness as something of yours by hiding them in the stomach.

In other words, the feeling has been replaced by a rational expression about it that you can use to suppress the real feeling from your awareness and hide it in the darkness of the body, often in the stomach, where the repressed feeling, in an attempt to escape its imprisonment, causes a psychosomatic disorder like IBS.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Marriage is a social convention that produces numbing sameness, prioritising concepts of love over being in love.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The special self does not know any of its feelings. Emotions are something it talks about but never feels. To prevent itself and others from knowing what it feels, it hides its emotions from its awareness by projecting them onto the body.

Feelings come in pairs, hate and love for example. To know when you are in love, you must have felt hatred and vice versa. But since the special self* always excludes the unpleasant part of a pair from its awareness, it never knows what it feels and thus what it wants, so everything nothing seems to be good enough. This, of course, is corrected the moment you stop excluding feelings perceived to negative. Since including them, however, would destroy the carefully created image of being perfect, the special self* keeps on excluding the feelings that destroy its image of perfectness.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Since feelings are shaped by the way we perceive something, what we feel is our own responsibility. Any kind of feeling, however, will entertain us when it is perceived as it is what it is.** In regards to feeling amused it does not matter, therefore, what you have decided to feel when it is perceived as it is what it is.**

The stories that you make in which you appear to know how everything fit together, sooner or later clash with the actual experiences of the world where you appear to be.

If you do not perceive what you feel as it is what it is,** but as I know what it is,** you become numb because a feeling can only be perceived to be known when explained, and the explanation suppresses it. Thus you do not feel entertained but bored. To make up for that, you enhance the perception I know what it is** with stories that seem to confirm this and thus to make you feel good about how important you seem to be.

NOTES:

[+] BM4 To be a basic self is to be good enough [DRAFT]

Thanks for passing by. This article is in its very first stages of being written. Alexius is in the process of exploring what to say and how to to do it. You may, therefore, be better off reading another article.

PART 1
The mood you like and perceive to reflect who you are, have been materialised in the body, or rather in the feelings of it, so it can be recalled when sadness seems to come your way. Since you have done the same with emotions, you do not like, but with the purpose of forever hiding them in particular parts of the body, those parts may seem to disturb your favourite mood. That is unless you discard the link you have made between physical and psychological feelings and are willing to be in the emptiness that arises from not your own conditioning to feel something specific. It may seem scary at first, but as you are in a void, there is nothing to link it to. Thus you realise, when there is not something specific, there is not something to cause problems. Thus you are in the bliss of nothing.

Applying the duality hacks, your conditioned expectations to what you should feel are undone, so you can be in the bliss of nothing.

That being said, just like a pencil needs an eraser to undo its scribblings, you need a duality hack to cancel the link you have made between physical and psychological feelings. This could, for example, be the empty breath.** It is not something but nothing, so this is what it sees. In other words, your link is not acknowledged as something, neither is whatever it links, so you are in the bliss of nothing. See hack #4.4 ´The empty breath´, and the bliss of not believing to be someone for more info about the empty breath** and hack #4.3 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing for how to connect with it.

When you react to something, it is not due to what others do or say but how you have conditioned yourself by linking physical and psychological feelings. It is, therefore, not what they say or do you want to go away but how it triggers the pain of this link in you.

When the body is not used to materialise the feelings that you believe establish what you want to be and to hide those feelings not supporting that, it is free from your dictatorship and so are you because then the body is not an instrument for conditioning anymore.

Having conditioned yourself to feel something specific in case of specific events, so the perception of yourself as special is upheld, you always are on the lookout for specific reactions in the body that can confirm this.

This automatically happens when connecting with the empty breath** (or applying one or more of the other duality hacks) because the state of not-knowing that this entails wipes the slate clean, so you return to the conscious experience of being someone as the basic self.* Since the script of the brain cannot be changed – only the perception of it – this does not mean you are free to do what you want, but you are free to perceive the script as it is instead of compulsively making up perceptions that seem to change it to something you have conditioned yourself to believe is better.

Being in sync with the script, you do not try to become happy from being and having something special because you are continuously injected with shots of happiness by the brain for supporting it.

As everything seems the same when being happy, there is no diversity from which you can choose something to be more exciting than something else, and thus no hope of something better to come. You may, therefore, find being in a constant state of happiness to be boring and choose to improve the basic self by making a perception of it in which you seem to be the centre of exciting things as a special self.

This is the end of happiness because now that depends on being and having something special, and it never lasts. But also because the special self is founded on the idea that there must be something better. So no matter what it achieves in being and having, it is never good enough. There must be something better.

Fortunately, the frustration of never finding something better can, if unedited, ignite a take-off to the empty breath,** so you again have the slate wiped clean and return to the conscious experience of being someone definitive as the basic self and thus are injected with shots of happiness. Eventually, you are so happy that there is no more to ask for. Hence the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one is undone.

Since that is the whole purpose of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings and since being conditioned or not requires more than one, it really does not matter what you are, nor if you are tense or not. Yet it may matter in the process of having the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one is undone. Without conditioning and a tense body, the process of it is so much more fun. Fortunately, you can have your cake and eat too. You can keep any conditioning if you perceive it as it is what it is* because then its built-in expectation of a particular outcome is undone, so you are happy no matter what that is or if you are tense or not.

So not need to make it your new purpose to become free of conditioning and tensions or anything else, for that matter. Rather stick to the undoing of the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one because there is no conditionings or anything else to get rid as that takes more than one.

INTERLUDE

When you suppress the feelings you perceive to be wrong, the ones seen to be right are excluded as well because, in a world of duality, everything comes in pairs. Since you always look for approval, you do not suppress that. But since it is paired with shame, you cannot help but feel the embarrassment of being an oppressor.

To distance yourself from this feeling, you project it partially on others, your father or boss, for example. But doing so, their approval only seems to be partial. Thus you feel, you are not good enough. If, however, perceiving that as it is what is, it does not result in feeling inadequate. Thus the need to blame somebody for putting you down is gone.

The more you exclude/suppress, the more inadequate you feel. Unfortunately, you probably conclude that to resolve that, you need to eliminate even more. And on it goes, until you are so restricted by your editing of yourself and others that the built-up frustrations ignite a take-off to the empty breath.** It wipes the slate clean, so you perceive everything as it is what it is,* and thus are equally entertained by so-called bad things as good ones.

PART 2
Should the body seems to get better when you feel connected with the empty breath,** it is not due to that – at least not directly – because it does not know of something that needs improvement. Indirectly though it is due to the empty breath.** In its presence, you are not in your default mode of doing something about something, so the body is not disturbed by the perception that you are the master of it.

That the condition of the body is linked to what you think, is like assuming there is a connection between you and the world in a movie you are watching. This connection is entirely imaginative. The world in the film is unaffected by the thoughts or feelings you appear to have about it, and it is self-deception when you imagine it has caused them. The movie does not have such powers.

In other words, if you perceive that pain or sickness in the body has been caused by the mind, the soul or something else not physical, it is an idea you project on the body. And this idea can only he corrected where it was conceived, namely in the mental sphere.

Trying to correct it in the body is frustrating because the problem is not there, although it may be felt to be there and there may seem to to be symptoms of it in the body. Unfortunately, this is generally perceived as proof of a connection between the body and mind and/or soul instead of a warning against believing there is such connection.

Fortunately, the empty breath** is indifferent to whatever you seem to think or feel, and so are you when connected with it. This does not mean it fixes the body, but that it liberates it from the sick ideas you have forced upon it so that the biological system can take care of the body without your interference but maybe with a little help of qualified health care professional. Hence you can correct your ideas where you made them. If you are used to projecting them onto the body, you may, however, have a hard time figuring out what is what. No worries. Joining the empty breath** you see everything experienced as it does, namely as nothing.

APPENDIX
The special self does not know its psychological emotions, only what it is supposed to experience if somebody is too late for an appointment, for example, or something else that is bad according to its theories of right and wrong. But this, it does not feel either because. The disappointment or rejection is suppressed in an explanation of being unjustly treated.

Anything explainable is mental and thus not an emotion.

The moment the special self stops justifying these made-up feelings, they are exposed to be as fake as how special you believe to be. Nothing in the script of the brain is about justice, and you cannot be anything else than planned by the brain. Its whole design is about entertainment, and perceiving every feeling as it is what it is,* that is what what you get.

Hence there is no need to avoid giving or receiving emotions to make the world appear as if it is going to be in accordance with the theories you have of a better world. That is why all feelings, though experienced to be different from each other, are perceived to be neutral. So, just like getting wet in the rain does not change what you are, nor does getting angry or glad.

NOTES:

[+] BM1 When not perceiving to be doing anything on your own, the belief in being someone gets undone [DRAFT]

When the sense of the physical domain is not mixed with feelings from the psychological sphere, the body seems lighter, and so does feeling angry or whatnot. Furthermore, emotions are fleeting. It is like watching a movie. Everything changes instantaneously, and the frightening scenes are just as entertaining as the merry ones. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

In most cases, you do not have to read Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings in a particular order. But in the case of hack #4.3 To be a basic self is to be good enough, it is best to first have read hack #4.2 The basic self versus the special one. Hack #4.3 builds on the explanations in hack #4.2 about the basic and the special self, the script of the brain, and how to perceive it, so you feel happy.

PART 1
To the knowledge of Alexius, so far nobody else has objected to the unfortunate belief in a body-mind connection with ourselves or the soul as the perceived master of it. Thus he had to build a language himself to illustrate the ignorance of this belief. Since he does not write in a deliberate, planned way, so he counted on catching the words for this in the process of composing hack #4.3 To be a basic self is to be good enough, and hence be able to explain, that just like water and oil do not mix, nor do the physical and psychological domain. Least of all, physicality and spirituality, as the former is formless.

He did not want the explanations to be speculative but to be based on experience, so he had to leave the bliss of nothing for quite some time to sense the sadness of something.

Based on that he can say, that you do not necessarily need this hack if what you want is to be in the bliss of nothing every now and then. In that case, you better jump to hack #4.4 ´The empty breath´, and the bliss of not believing to be someone or use the former hacks hack #1.4 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation, hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life and hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is pure bliss.

Any of these duality hacks leads to a state of not knowing where the bliss of nothing wipes the slate clean, so you return to the consciousness of being someone as the basic self, that automatically is in sync with the script of the brain and thus feeling happy no matter the experience. Actually, so happy that there eventually is no more to ask for, wherefore the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one is undone.

But old habits of combining psychological feelings with physical ones may set in, so your perception no longer is in sync with the script of the brain, and therefore do not feel entertained but burdened by it. Trying to solve that yourself, will not get you back on track because the problem arises from the belief that you are in charge.

When the sense of the physical domain is not mixed with feelings from the psychological sphere, the body seems lighter, and so does feeling angry or whatnot. Furthermore, emotions are fleeting. It is like watching a movie in which the frightening scenes are just as entertaining as the merry ones. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Fortunately, hack #4.3 To be a basic self is to be good enough reveals that the link you perceive to be between a problem in the psyche and the body, or vice versa, is imaginary. And that the resulting psychosomatic disorder, therefore, cannot be healed by something factual. The imaginary combo needs to be untangled so psychological and physical problems stand out on their own and can be dealt with on each their own term.

Generally speaking, the body takes care of its problems itself when you do not try to heal it with love or other immaterial ideas. And the psyche does not perceive a physical problem to cause anxiety when it is perceived as it is what it is.* Read more about that here. Consequently, there is no psychological problem to project onto the physical realm.

Some of the combos you have made of psychological and physical issues may reveal themselves. Just like Alexius realised, he as a child combined sorrow and rage with the physical feeling brought about by a continous infection in his throat. Thus he could deal with the psychologial and physical problem on each their own term.

Many times, though, the combos may seem impossible to see through. No worries. What you once suppressed belongs to a time where it seemed to so dangerous that you had to hide it. Today, however, it may seem as nothing. So what you need to face, is the fear of it. Facing that, there is nothing left but a physical problem that does not make you cry or scream.

If you have caught the essence of this, you do not need to read the rest of hack #4.3 To be a basic self is to be good enough because whatever you feel, you perceive as it is what it is.* And if you happen to mix the psychological and physical domain, the resulting psychosomatic disorder is perceived in the same manner. In other words, if you find it difficult to untangle the combos you have made of psychological and physical issues, you do not need to worry. Perceiving a combo as it what it is, it has no psychological effect on you.

PART 2
The brain has created everybody so, no matter what and where they experience to be, it feels just as entertaining as watching an exciting movie. And like children, each one is made to cry if something does not go their way, but only until they shortly afterwards feel amused by something else. In other words, when we are true to the way the brain has made us, no feeling last long enough to make us feel sad. Instead, all the fleeting feelings make us happy.

Most, however, avoids that because the nature of the self, as it is made by the brain, is to serve it, and they want to be the master of it. That, however, is not possible. The experiences of being someone is made by the brain, and you have no say in that. Yet you are free to perceive the experiences in a way where you and not the brain seems to be in charge of them.

But since this perception is out of sync with the experiences produced by the brain, it does not result in feeling entertained but depressed. Many tries to make up for this by creating stories of how the world should be. The stories are often adjusted with grander stories of socialism, capitalism, Buddhism or another ism, where they appear to be a unique being who is part of something bigger and, therefore, have a special purpose in life rather than just being entertained by the experiences produced by the brain.

In other words, most escape being the basic self, created by the brain, by making a perception of it in which they are an unique and independent being who can do things in their own way and pace while at the same time being part of something better than the default story of the brain. But this self-deception entails confusion instead of happiness.

In Germany, where the woman on the photo comes from, giving the finger can be an act of fun. So if you understand the culture, it probably makes you feel playful. But in Spain, for example, it is an established story that this gesture is very offensive. Thus, being conditioned to this story, you may feel justified to be so upset that you hit the woman. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 3
The way to establish yourself as your own and not a product of the brain is to make stories that are constructed so that they appear to cause a feeling of your own. If a story, for example, states that it is disrespectful to be more than 15 minutes late for a meeting, you tell others you have been ill-treated by somebody who came too late. And when they express their dismay and thus confirm how unjust you have been treated, it is like you feel something that is not invented by the brain but caused by your own story.

You suppress that this feeling is based on a fictional story. And by talking a lot about what it supposedly has made you feel, you cover-up that what you claim to feel is speculative. The stress that this brings about is perceived as if you are about to explode of anger and not of speedy thoughts. And since those who support your story of being badly treated seem to confirm you are angry because of this experience, you and not the brain appears to be in charge of your experiences.

But since being about to explode is not politically correct, you edit the perceived anger out of your awareness by hiding this psychological problem in the physical feeling of a weak or deformed part of the body. This cover-up, however, is like concealing something under the lid of a cooking pot. Sooner or later, the pressure of the suppressed emotion blows off the top and out comes steam of anger. This time you edit it out of your awareness as an emotion of yours by justifying it with somebody.

If a story, for example, states that a spouse must be on your own age, you know you should feel embarrassed if you are with someone much younger or older. But the story could also be cobbled together in such a way that being together with a younger one seems to make you proud.

Most have made stories about what they are supposed to be and have and what to feel when they succeed or fail

The special self is scared, someone is going to see the darkness and pain it hides behind a mask.

the special self is scared that somebody finds out it is a construct, that it is someone it is not. Thus it always wears a mask that hides its darkness and pain

Most of the stories you have conditioned yourself to live by so it seems that you and not the brain is in charge of your life probably are stories about how to behave in your part of the world. As this is collectively agreed to be the right way, you can count on that what you imagine to feel will be backed up by others.

If you, for example, live in a part of the world in which touching each other is only accepted if you are in a love relationship, you imagine feeling adored when touched by your spouse on your arm and to feel disgusted if touched there by somebody else. But in another culture, the Spanish for example, the same touch performed by a stranger would just be perceived to be a gesture of friendliness.

You may object to national stories and replace them with archetypical stories of spirituality, so when you are hugged by somebody, you imagine it to be a divine touch. Whatever you have conditioned yourself to ´feel´ when a set of conditions is met, you make real by combining the psychological experience with an experience of something physical, for example in your chest, so it is as if the physical sensation there attests to you coming from the heart and not the brain.

The more you recall this or other combos of psychological and physical feelings, the more the way you have conditioned yourself seems to establish, it is a fact that you and not the brain is in charge. The purpose of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, however, is not to undo your conditioning but the belief in being someone definitive. Having that undone, there is nobody to be conditioned.

But the purpose of this hack is not to go that far. Instead, it is to enjoy the belief in being someone definitive and thus also whatever way you are conditioned to behave. This is done by perceiving everything, including fake emotions and the suppression of something, as it is what it is.*

A dinner party normally has a set of rules to which you have to adhere if you want to feel you are part of something. But not the dinner parties Alexius attends. He has no need of such longing. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

SAMPLES OF CONDITIONING:
If you adjust to the concepts of a dinner party, it is as if you feel you are accepted and part of something good. There are even books about how to do it and participate in conversation that replicates togetherness.

When you have conditioned yourself to live in monogamy with the right one, you know what you should feel if you have been unfaithful, so even though it may have been enjoyable you hide it behind a sinful face.

In a marriage, a list is often made of who shall do what and when. There is an unspoken agreement, that when you keep it, you love the one you are with, but if you do not do your part, you do not care for the other one. In the case of the latter, most couples do not talk about love but the list, because they think love is something that comes from doing what is right.

In China, white is a symbol of death, and in the West it is black that symbolises it and, therefore, what you must adjust to in order to feel what you are supposed to feel in that culture when somebody dies. Read more about that here.

Those who rebel against being conditioned by traditional concepts are not free from them because their fight depend on them. When a concept, however, is perceived as it is what it is*, there is nothing to live up to or fight against. Thus you are a basic self feeling entertained by anything that appears to be something.

You can also take it a step further and perceive what and where you appear to be as dunno know what it is.* That brings you into the bliss of nothing. See hack #4.2 The basic self versus the special one. The same happens if you acknowledge, that you pretend to feel something because what you pretend to have is not there, so you do not have something and therefore are in the bliss if nothing. See hack #1.4 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation.

PART 4
The stories you compose about yourself in which you appear to be an independent being in control of your life seem to become real when they are perceived to cause something. Especially, if this fake emotion seems to be felt as expected and is made tangible by combining it with a genuine feeling of something in the body or a particular visual image, sound or taste.

Any of these combos sooner or later turn into a psychosomatic disorder which seems so bothersome, that most try to erase the immaterial part of it from their awareness by projecting it on somebody else. Maybe they consult a psychologist who can help them blaming their parents. But that is just another way of making a fake feeling real. To heal a psychosomatic disorder, the fake feeling must be exposed or perceived as it is what it is. That dissolves the combo. Hence the body is set free to heal itself.

That being said, it is only in the context of a world where there seems to be more than one that something can appear to be real or fake. In that which is one, there are neither fake or real feelings because it takes more than one to feel something.

APPENDIX
When perceiving everything as it is what it is,* you do not have a need to establish yourself as correct and hence no need to make up stories which confirm that by making others wrong by coming too late, for example. Consequently, there are no fake emotions arising from fabricated stories founded on the perception I know what it is.* If real emotions arise instead is you do not know because whatever you experience, it is perceived as it is what it is.*

Always having this perception does not mean you cannot fall in love, but there is no need to factor it into a predefined story because it is what it is.* Thus, no matter the experience, you feel entertained. The same may happen if not perceiving everything as it is what it is,*  but only when all the conditions of the story you live by are met. And even if that happens, the good feeling never lasts.

NOTES:

From the bliss of not-knowing to the happiness of serving [draft]

There is nowhere to go in a state of not-knowing since there is no sense of time and space. This you do not know before you return to the conscious experience of being someone definitive. That is if you remember being nobody and free to go everywhere because you were nowhere. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

A STATE OF NOT KNOWING:
In a state of not-knowing, the world of the external senses is not discarded, but since the experience of it is founded on the world of the inner senses, which is very abstract, the apparent differences in the world of the external senses are not perceived to make a difference. Nor is the apparent difference between inside and outside, or noise and silence. In other words, there is no reason to look for it inside of you, nor in silence. Actually, there is no sense in looking for it at all. It cannot be found because it has never been rendered by the brain into something.

Hence it resides in nothing. And as the brain has used one second to twist a perceived gap between oneness and nothing into your current experience of something (read more about that here), it only takes one second to go back in time to to the nothingness of a state-of not knowing.

In a state of not-knowing, the world that you used to experience and confirm to be real by perceiving it to be something is still experienced to be there, but since there is nobody to perceive the experiences as a manifestation of something, their apparent different elements are not perceived to make a difference. Thus what you believed to be and the problems you seemed to have, is not perceived to be something. So you are in the bliss of nothing and not in the madness of something.

No reason to blame yourself for leaving a state of not-knowing. It is not possible to remain there, because the brain falls into a coma if not engaged in a continous conversation about something.  Besides, since the slate is been wiped clean in a state of not-knowing, you return to the conscious experience of being someone as a servant of the brain, whichis an adventure full of joy.

This state may last from a split second to 20 minutes, 45 at most, whereafter you either bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one (see hack #5-7.1 From the inner senses through a black hole into that which is one) or return to the consciousness of being someone.

In the case of the latter, you return as the basic self, which serves the brain and thus everybody, because the brain has no personal preferences. Thus you automatically feel good. To also make you feel adored, the brain keeps on injecting you with shots of happiness. This after-effect of a state of not-knowing can last from a few seconds to several years. See more about the after-effect of a state of not-knowing at the end of this article.

Being a servant, however, feels humiliating to the special self. It wants to be in control, so it tries to exclude anything unknown by quickly making a perception where everything that does not fit into its concept of living in the now, for example, is excluded. But since exclusion is founded on separation and that is the root of all problems, excluding something does not make you present but distant. That is, of course, until you choose not to make a perception where everything that does not fit into your belief system is excluded.

In the absence of something, you are nothing which is very blissful. But if you hold onto fragments of something, thinking about being nothing, probably seem to make you sad.

You can apply one or more of the duality hacks wherever you are with eyes open or closed and in whatever order you like. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

HOW TO ENTER A STATE OF NOT-KNOWING
To be inclusive, which you automatically are when not exclusive, is a great hack to apply if you experience brain fog because if not trying to be sharp by excluding fuzzy thoughts but include them, both sides of this contrast meet. And since any contrast cancels out itself when its opposing sides meet, you are neither defined as fuzzy or sharp. Thus you, as nobody, enter a state of not-knowing. Read more about being inclusive in hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is pure bliss.

At other times the empty breath may be a better choice of a hack – especially if you feel speedy and restless (see hack #4.4 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing). But feeling tired and fatigued, pretending to be that may be the better choice of a hack, because what you pretend to be you are not (see hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation).

If you tend to justify everything unpleasant with somebody or something, perceiving everything as symbols of oneness may be the hack to go for. Alone together could also be a good hack in this case. Please be aware, that the purpose of the duality hacks is not to heal the body but the sick belief that you are in it, so if the body is sick, consider consulting a healthcare professional.

That being said, the more this sick belief is healed, the more the body is set free from your control of it. Hence the biological system of the body is not blocked from repairing it. Sometimes nootropics, massage or acupuncture, for example, can be of help in kickstarting this. Read more about setting the body free from your domination of it in hack #4.3 To be a basic self is to be good enough.

Read more about a state of not-knowing in the below hacks:

NOT BEING EXCLUSIVE BUT INCLUSIVE, THERE IS NO GOOD AND EVIL
Whenever you think you know something, you have been eaten the fruits from the tree of knowledge, so that you and those you consider as like-minded can be perceived as good and others as evil. The result of this knowledge, however, is not surety because it always feels as you are missing something when you project what you judge to be wrong in yourself onto others so you can feel good at their expense.

The solution to this, in the context of the belief in being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, is to bring back the projection to what you experience to be in such a world so good, and evil can meet where they were separated, namely in yourself, and thus cancel out each other – read more about that here – so there is nothing to define you as special. And consequently, nothing to distract you from happily following the commands of the brain, and, therefore, in sync with the present. Read more about that here.

Having glimpses of enlightenment, you stick to one aspect at a time. So if you are feeling it, you do not try to see it as well. But if the visions of it start to take over, you go with that. If you do not try to hang onto anything, in particular, you will not see patterns and colours in the visual glimpses of enlightenment, for example, but one bright which sucks out everything you believe to be so that nothing gracefully falls through a black hole into that which is one. Read more about that here. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

GLIMPSES OF ENLIGHTENMENT IN A STATE OF NOT-KNOWING
In a state of not-knowing, you may have glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one. But like a movie trailer only is a glimpse of the movie, these glimpses are not the enlightenment of that which is one. Contrary to the enlightenment of that which is one, they are experienced. The intensity of them is proportional to how much you prioritise the inner senses. The more you see, hear, feel or taste the glimpses of enlightenment, the less you see, hear, feel or taste the world of the external senses.

In the case of Alexius, the visual glimpses of enlightenment are often so bright, when he closes his eyes to go to sleep, that sometimes he wonders if he has forgotten to turn off the electric light. In the morning, he wakes up to the sounds of ethereal harmonies, which are the audiovisual aspects of enlightenment. Read more about that here. This is not to be understood as if the glimpses of enlightenment blends in with the physical world. They are experienced with the inner senses and the physical world with the external ones. Read more about that here.

In other words, the visual glimpses of enlightenment do not lighten up his room. On the contrary. It makes it impossible to see. And the ethereal harmonies do not mix with the sounds of the birds from the trees outside his bedroom but drown them out even though it is the most subtle harmonies of bell-like sounds. Hence you better block out the glimpses enlightenment, when driving a car or something else that calls for the use of the external senses. Also, because a state of not-knowing resets your short-time memory.

The glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one shaped as a taste or a feeling do not happen for him on a regular basis. Read here how to have glimpses of enlightenment. During the day, however, there are always moments of indifference to the belief in being someone. Read more about that here. In your case, experiencing the glimpses of enlightenment may have another course. If you are very visually minded in the world of the external senses, visual glimpses of the enlightenment will probably prevail. Maybe you do not experience any glimpses, but since indifference is the quality of a state of not-knowing, it really does not matter. The bliss of not knowing what and where you are is the same.

Since we are used to perceiving experiences as if they come from a world outside of us, we probably perceive glimpses of enlightenment to come from inside. But this is not so. They come from the gap the brain perceives to be between oneness and nothing. The brain, however, has still not rendered them into something outside of us. Consequently, there is no inside. So when Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings say that glimpses of enlightenment come from the internal senses and the experience of the world outside of us comes from the external ones, it is not because this is actually divided into inside and outside, but that is how we tend to sense it.

Anyway, should you forget to perceive the splashes of light in different shapes and colours or the ethereal harmonies to differ from each other, for example, the glimpses of light or sound fuse into one light or sound in which you graciously fall and fall through empty space until it has emptied you out and there is not something to reunite with that which is one. It is the same if you remain in a state of not-knowing for more than 20 minutes, 45 at most. See below where you can read more about the enlightenment of that which is one and glimpses of it.

This is not normal, though, nor is it to forget to perceive the glimpses of light in different shapes and colours but that you, relatively quickly leave a state of not-knowing. Hence we continue with the after-effect of it.

Sadness comes from the perception of you as a master and bliss from the perception of you as nothing. Happiness is the after-effect of the latter. Oneness, however, has no effect, nor is it caused by something, as that requires more than one. And since being sad, happy or blissful calls for more and oneness is formless and therefore endless, any kind of being is an illusion.

The after-effect of a state of not-knowing is a certainty that the thoughts needed for being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is automatically produced by the brain. You do not need to think. Actually, it is not possible. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

THE AFTER-EFFECT OF A STATE OF NOT-KNOWING
When you return from a state of not-knowing to the consciousness of being someone definitive, you are a bit like a chicken whose head has been cut off. Its reflexes make it keep going around. In your case, however, it is the automatic commands of the brain that makes you go on like before but now without trying to figure out yourself how to do it.

Returning from a state of not-knowing as the basic self, the relationships you used to perceive as special when you also perceived yourself to be that most likely fall apart (read more about that here).

As long as the aftereffect of a state of not-knowing last, which could be from a few seconds to several years, and which is that since the slate has been wiped clean for all misperceptions you as the basic self relies on the brain to produce the experiences of being someone substantial in a tangible world, just like you depend on it to make the experience of you being someone unsubstantial in an intangible world in a dream you are having. Doing so, it always feels as if you are sleepwalking and therefore not able to speed up to get something special. That is unless you break the magic, which is very stressful. Fortunately, the stress can be used for a new take-off to the empty breath and its bliss of not-knowing from where you once again return renewed.

You will probably go back and forth between a state of not-knowing and the consciousness of being someone many times before you forget to return and instead bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one.

Until then, you go back and forth to be in the world but not of it. Alexius does that many times every day.

Sadness comes from being special, happiness from being basic, and bliss from not being [draft]

Everything considered to be a fact is made up by the brain. It is, for example, not a fact that you are reading this. It is something the brain tells you to hide that this and any other experience you believe in having is an illusion that is made by the brain from out of nothing – including the experience of being someone. Just like you are not someone in a dream, and nobody else is there, no matter how it is experienced. Since the only purpose of the experiences the brain produces is to entertain, it fabricates them all in one higgledy-piggledy by the very same organ, regardless the experiences are perceived to be by you or others, real or imaginary, physical or spiritual, dream or movie. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

What and where you believe to be is based on experiences made by the brain, which it claims to have processed from what you saw, heard, felt and tasted one second ago, as this is the time it needs to construct a consistent experience which seems to reflect that. Read more about that here. But you did not see, hear, feel or taste anything one second ago. Eyes cannot see, nor can ears hear. And the body is not able to feel or taste something. Read more about the sensory system in Eyes do not see, they translate.

Thoughts do not come from somewhere but nowhere, and they do not seem to manifest something unless they are confirmed to do so by someone who wants to be establish as someone by experiencing them as something.

Your present experience, therefore, is not founded on what you see, hear, feel and taste. It is not based on info coming from those senses, although the brain wants you to accept this as a fact, which you gladly do because otherwise, it is evident that your experiences do not consist of tangible elements but intangible thoughts. And that the substantiality of what and where you believe to be is a fantasy made by the brain from out of nothing.

Whether the experiences in this fantasy are perceived to be yours or others, real or imagined, authentic or fake, knowledge and fact, physical or spiritual, they are processed by the brain in one higgledy-piggledy by the very same organ that views everything it processes as just another construction of thoughts, it needs to shape, so the result seems to be made from something instead of nothing.

You may, for example, have noticed that after watching several movies in a row, their different plots seem to fuse into one continuous story. You may also have tried being sexually aroused or even getting an orgasm in a dream by experiencing to be together with somebody in it, although there is nobody there, neither you.

Being happy, we have no need to perceive the apparent differences in our experiences to make a difference. Thus we are ready to have the duality hacks bring us back to the nothingness from where the brain has processed our experiences of being somebody substantial in a tangible world. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Since every experience that someone is aware of have taken the brain one second to manufacture, the origin of what you believe to be experiencing right now is just one second away (read more about that here). So if you go back one second from your current experience, you return to the nothingness from where the brain fabricated the current experience that seems to be something because you perceive it like that.

If you stay in the perceived gap between nothing and something, the subsequent experiences produced by the brain are not perceived to be something because you are in a state of not-knowing.*

There is no awareness of being someone in this state, so there is not somebody to know that the emptiness of not believing to be someone is pure bliss, until you return to the conscious experience of being someone definitive and the vague memories of that popup.

You may not be in touch with these memories of bliss, though, but just like you wake up feeling refreshed from a deep sleep, regardless you remember your dreams or not, you return to experience the world of something with your slate wiped clean, so you feel renewed. Not as if you are special, though, but basic. You can read more about this after-effect of a state of not-knowing* that may last from a few seconds to many years, in the next article. In this one, we mostly explore a state of not-knowing.*

In a state of not-knowing,* your eyes may be closed or open, and you may be sitting on a bus, resting in a park or walking in a noisy city. Perhaps you talk, and maybe you say nothing. Everything is as it used to be, and thoughts go on as usual since what and where you appear to be is a construction of thoughts.

The physical world looks like before in a state of not-knowing,* but the experience of its appearances are not perceived to be separated from you. That is why it is so blissful. In the case of having glimpses of enlightenment in a state of not-knowing,* which is not uncommon, the experience of the physical world, however, fades out proportionally with the intensity of the glimpses. There is more about that in the next article, where we also look into, why you relatively soon have to leave a state of not-knowing.* Here we touch upon that very briefly.

To keep the brain going, and therefore also what you believe to be, you must repeatedly talk with someone judged to be separated from you. If not doing that for more than 20 minutes, 45 at most,** the brain falls into a coma, wherefore it cannot produce the image of you as someone definitive anymore. It makes no difference to the brain if the conversation seems to be internal or external because both ways confirm its world of separation to be real. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If the brain for more than 20 minutes, 45 at most,** is not kept busy by someone who experiences to have a conversation inside or outside of it with somebody judged to be different from itself, it falls into a coma.

In other words, if separation is not continually acknowledged to be real, the brain falls apart, and you not come back to the consciousness of being someone substantial in a tangible world, nor do you continue in the bliss of emptiness because you are neither someone in the fictional world of the brain or beyond it. You have never been someone at all because there is no more than that which is one and it takes more than one to be anyone. Thus you do not appear to hide that this is so.

Most likely, however, you will leave a state of not-knowing* long time before that. And since you are returning to the consciousness of being someone definitive as you originally were meant to be in the fable of the brain, namely as the basic self, you are in sync with the thoughts that the brain constructs. Being that, you support it, and the brain in return helps you with happiness.

Hence you become so satisfied that you do not need anything in particular, and sooner or later gladly apply one or more of the duality hacks so you, again and again, enter a state of not-knowing* for brief moments of bliss, until it gets so intense that you cannot help bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one.***

But let us not get ahead of ourselves. You probably go back and forth between the consciousness of being someone definitive and a state of not-knowing* many times before you remain in the latter and bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one.***

The duality hacks gladly admit that they nothing, so that applying the empty breath,* for example, there is nothing to perceive the present moment as something. Thus you do not get the frustration of something but the bliss of nothing. Read here how to connect with ´the empty breath´ and here about the bliss not believing to be someone.

While you believe to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. You will not, even for a brief moment, experience oneness. Nor will you experience it when that belief is undone, because then you are no more. Besides, it takes more than one to experience something, and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If you try to return to a state of not-knowing* by replicating the last one, you will not enter it because what you intend to replicate is memories and contrary to a state of not-knowing* they are perceived to be something. If you use second-hand knowledge of special states to get the bliss, you become the special self, and since it is very serious about realising itself and a state of not-knowing* is selfless, you will not enter it.

That is until there is a willingness to forget being someone and thus accept the selfless guidance of, for example, the empty breath.* It resides in a gap between nothing and something that is unprocessed by the brain into an experience of something, so it remains nothing.

Any other duality hack, except the enlightenment of that which is one,*** will also take you back one second to the emptiness from where the brain imagines something that the duality hacks expose as nothing, so you are no longer in the frustration of something but in the bliss of nothing. The duality hacks apply themselves when you keep reading Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. That is if you do not try to alter them, so they fit into the experiences perceived as something.

Entering a state of not-knowing* only takes a second and happens automatically when you have lost all hope of fixing your problems because that makes the uncontrolled energy of them ignite a take-off to the empty breath* (see hack #4.4 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing).

When there is not something to hope for, you are ready for the bliss of nothing. Read more about hopelessness here, or check the hack ´No Hope = Oneness,´ which you find in Extra Duality Hacks. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

It is as easy as told, but since we all are in the habit of looking for a solution in the experiences we perceive as something, we may seem to get lost in them and thus feel hopeless. Super! If that is so, you do not see any possibility for a solution to your frustration about something, and, therefore, are willing to have the empty breath* – or another duality hack – bring you back to the bliss of nothing.

As already said, you cannot remain there for more than 20 minutes, 45 at most,** because when the experiences produced by the brain are not repeatedly acknowledged by someone as something, it falls into a coma.

Hence you must either return to the consciousness of being someone definitive or have this experience as well as being in the bliss of nothing terminated.*** As this also is the end of the one who is aware of being someone, there is no consciousness to hide that which cannot be realised, namely that which is one, since it takes more than one to be aware of something.

Your special perception of the world divided into good and evil makes you feel lonely because they are based on you being better than others and thus separated from them. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

EPILOGUE:
Most look for something outside of themselves, love, massage or whatnot, to make them feel good. But what they experience to be outside is made inside of them, namely in the brain, which does not differentiate between inside or outside, as there is nothing outside of it and thus nothing to define something inside of it.

Hence all the experiences that it produces does not seem tangible unless there is someone who believes in feeling them, and as what you appear to be also is a fiction of the brain, you gladly confirm that the experiences produced by it are tangible because that seems to establish you as substantial and thus to be real.

That is why the experience of you as someone in a tangible world only can only be exposed as a hallucination when you are willing to have the belief in being someone undone. If having that, keep reading Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. Do not, however, expect them to save you or give you something, because it takes more than one to do so and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. But as they, therefore, do not result in something but nothing, they automatically hack the belief in being something.

Hack #5-7.1 From the inner senses through a black hole into that which is one does that once and for all. The hack you are reading, hack #4.2 The basic self versus the special one, takes it time in doing that. It helps you to not be a special but a basic self, so you can enjoy the belief in being someone while having it undone

All experiences are make-believe [draft]

Having established itself as someone in charge of its own life, the special self needs to meditate or something else that seems to make it able to control thoughts so it can fool itself into believing, that thoughts are not produced by the brain but itself. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The special self, which is an altered version of the basic self, is always looking for mistakes in the person it perceives to have become so that it can correct them and therefore appear to be in charge of itself. The basic self, on the other hand, does not consider itself to be in charge of anything but a servant of everything, because it is adjusted to the flow of thoughts coming from the brain which does not care for personal preferences but what is in the best interest of the whole.

If the special self has a personality of a faultfinder, every mistake it finds makes it angry, whereas the basic self gets happy because that fulfils its function.

Perceiving the flow of thoughts as it is what it is, does not mean that you stop being a faultfinder if that is how the brain has made your personality. Instead, it means that finding faults makes you happy because doing so you fulfil your nature.

Since the special self has removed itself from its basic nature in an attempt to not be a servant to the brain but its master, finding faults do not make it happy but guilty for having failed as a manager. Yet it likes feeling this because it confirms its status as special and capable of making a difference.

And it reckons that this prestige will bring about mature happiness and not the childish kind that it perceives the basic self is rewarded with by the brain from serving it without bother.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Should you be in the habit of going with the flow, fear will not seem to separate you from oneness but set you free, because totally being in the flow of fear, you are not anything but that, wherefore there is not something to define the flow, so you are in the bliss of nothing.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

There is no moment without the past and the future. To keep the balance on a wheel like in this photo, you must be in contact with both. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Happiness is a mechanical product of the brain, which needs to be counteracted with sadness for you to know whether you are happy or not. This is the way of duality, and ultimately speaking, there is no solution to this ongoing change of contrasts than having the belief in duality undone. This, however, does not result in something because in non-duality, there is no more than that which is one, and it takes more than one to get a result.

As it also takes more than one to experience being someone, what you experience to be is no more. Should you want to prolong the experience of being someone but not being burdened by the nature of duality, you relate to the natural flow of thoughts as it comes from the brain without trying to alter it through a special perception of yours, because that makes sadness just an entertaining experience as happiness.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When you watch a movie, not only your experience of it but also what you experience the participants to experience is made up by the brain. This is the same, no matter what and where and with whom you experience to be. Every experience, whether you or others seem to have it, is made by the brain from out of nothing as if it is something so that you appear to be someone definitive in the experience of a physical, spiritual or dream world amongst like-minded ones.

Most are aware that the experience of being someone in a dream is an illusion since they are not there but in their beds. But most, however, are unaware that the same applies to the experience of being someone in a physical or spiritual world. That which is you is not there, because it is no different from that which is one and it takes more than one to be somewhere.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The experiences the brain produces to make you feel that it is you who have them can, in many ways, be compared to the news that Facebook generates especially for you. Based on the info Facebook has gathered about you, it collects what its artificial intelligence predicts you wish to see, regardless it is fake or not. Unlike Facebook, however, the brain has all your info so what you get from it is based on what you have. Thus what you see is what you are. This cannot be altered – only your perception of it.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Whether living naked in the forest is an experience you are daydreaming of or actually is having is the same to the brain because it does not differentiate between what you believe to be real or imaginative. It is the same nothingness that it fools you into experiencing as something. This also applies to the acknowledgement of this. There is nobody to be deceived and nothing to be acknowledged, as that requires more than one and there is no more than which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The brain processes all experiences in one higgledy-piggledy by the very same organ, because it does not differentiate between the experiences you believe in having when awake, at sleep, watching a movie or meditating. Nor does it separate what you perceive to be yours and others experience, or divide them into real or imaginary, authentic or fake, physical or spiritual.

Just like the browser that generates the letters in this article does not know how you perceive them, the brain does not know you that you label its experience divided into opposing categories like fact or fabrication, negative or positive, real or imaginary, the writer or the reader of this article. To the brain, it is all the same, namely something it renders from out of nothing to make you feel entertained.

The practical implication of this is that you do not have to avoid fantasies of for example sexual lust, power strivings, selfishness, greed, envy, anger, rage or something else you perceive to be wrong or unattainable, because for the brain it is the same whether you indulge a fantasy of it or actually act it out. It processes both experiences by the same organ from out of nothing. This, the basic self instinctively knows, so without holding back, it devotes itself to the fantasies popping up, and thus makes the brain happy by joining in one of its stories made for entertaining you. See also Far from Home.

The above also means that even though you due to the rules of society, or yourself, must hold back certain feelings of aggression and love, for example, you do not have to repress those feelings but can live them out in fantasies. This also applies to whatever feelings you in the past may have hidden from your awareness by storing it in your body. Read more about that in hack #4.3 To be a basic self is to be good enough.

It is never too late to live out repressed feelings in a fantasy. Should you be unaware of what feelings you have suppressed, and do not know what to fantasy about, you can use the pain they cause in the body in fantasies where you escape the imprisonment, for example. The relieve that this cause does not make you feel more spiritual. On the contrary. Believing to be spiritual is a mistake because it takes more than one to be something and spirituality is that which is one.

But it is going to make you feel more in line with your physical appearance as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, and thus to be happy. Eventually so much that you do forget to uphold the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The world of the basic self is not without sadness, but as that and happiness are two sides of the same coin, you cannot be sad without being happy.. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

You believe the experiences you seem to have are establishing there is more than one. But this only seems to be so because you are holding back. If not doing that but including everything as it is there is no sense of time and space and thus no separation to prove the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Since the basic self is not exclusive but inclusive, and since everything in a world of duality comes in pairs, the inclusion of happiness contains sadness and vice versa. Feeling unhappy, therefore, is not a clear-cut state of sorrow. If you, for instance, feel depressed because your cat is dead, you also are in touch with the happiness you experienced when it was alive. Actually, happiness is the reason you feel sad.

This does not apply to the special self. It is not inclusive but exclusive, and therefore not able to feel sadness and happiness simultaneously. Nor is it able to feel any of those emotions on its own, because it suppresses sadness to feel happy, and without it, you do not know when you feel happy. The special self, however, does not know, that it has distanced itself from its feelings because it has replaced them with speculative explanations of what and where it is.

Should the intensity of a feeling manage to surpass its speculations, the special self is devastated. Yet that is nothing compared to the annihilation it faces by experiencing happiness and sadness simultaneously because when two opposing feelings meet, they cancel out each other (read more about that here). Thus there is not something to define it as special anymore, and that feels like the death to it.

The basic self does not have this problem. It does not exclude life from death. So if it fears death, it meets life as well, and since opposing elements cancel out each other when not kept apart, there is nothing left but emptiness, which is pure bliss. See hack #4.5 ´The empty breath´ and the bliss of not believing to be someone.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The brain renders a world where there seems to be more than one from out of nothing in which there appears to be somebody who can confirm the authenticity of this world, that it in return attests to the existence of the one making this confirmation. That is all. It is all fictionary, and so is the story about the brain making a fiction because there is no more than that which is one and it takes more than one to make or experience something. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Alexius nature is to not exclude but include, so since the special self is made by excluding what is judged to be wrong in the basic self, he is not able to perceive himself to be special. Yet he can simulate being that by imitating the behaviour of the special self, which is to always be and have more – just like he can simulate to be someone in the world of Monopoly, who wants to grab everything.

At times he is so successful in doing this, that he starts to believe he is special, and thus feels as confused as others believing this.

But since he does not exclude feeling confusion, its chaotic energy is free to ignite a take-off to the empty breath so he again is indifferent to what and where he seems to be and as nobody can pretend to be somebody. Read more about that in hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive. And check out hack #4.4 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing for how to ignite a take-off to the empty breath.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You are not reading this, and it has not been written. It is not possible, because there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. Yet it seems possible to believe, there is more than that which is one. And since you appear to be reading and Alexius to be writing this, you and he are one in that belief. Thus to believe there is more than that which is one is a positive confirmation of oneness.

So even though the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one appears to hide that which is one, it does not deny it, because this belief would not be possible without oneness since there is no more than that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Science believes that no thought comes out of nothing. Yet they cannot say where it comes from, and the reason is that all thoughts come from nothing. The experience of any thought as something is make-believe.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

As most unconsciously sense that what and where they experience to be is a manifestation of thoughts, they assume they can also manifest something from thoughts. But nobody has made a single thought of their own. They are all produced by the brain, and they do not manifest anything at all.  It is all make-believe.

Consequently, both the experience of being someone substantial in a tangible world and the explanation that the brain is fabricating it is a deception, and so is that somebody is being deceived by somebody. Just like nobody is deceiving anybody in a dream because there is not somebody in it and nobody is making it.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You do not want to know, it is nobody but what you believe to be who deceives you into experiencing that it is real because knowing that would expose what you believe to be as nothing and thus being deceived by nobody.

Last night I died from the world again

The transmission from outer to inner senses is not gradually but very abrupt and it can seem frightening in the moment you sense the world, as you know it, is gonna be erased. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The total transmission from the outer to the inner senses is not gradual but very abrupt, and it can seem frightening at the moment where you sense that nothing definable will make it through this transition. You and the world, as you know it, is gonna be eradicated just like that. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Just like we have senses to see, hear, feel, smell and taste a world experienced to be outside of us, we have similar ones to sense an inner realm. To use the inner senses, or go beyond the senses we normally use, namely, the outer ones, they must be more or less turned off. Here you can read more about what and where the inner and outer senses are.

The more you do not focus on something specific in the world, that the outer senses seem to produce, the more they are closing down and the less you see a definable world. To be completely defocused for a moment feels like you die from the world of the outer senses, which may be why the New Testament says that St. Paul died daily.

A complete transition from the outer senses to the inner ones can be very uncomfortable. Some choose to die instead of going through this phase. But the most fight to remain as a person in the world experienced by the outer senses, as that is where they consider life to be.

Vomiting is a way to stop frightening feelings from coming up
Psychologically speaking it is said, that when suppressed feelings are about to surface, some unconsciously choose to vomit instead of facing them. It is a bit the same in the total transition from outer to inner senses, in the sense that part of you are afraid of the unknown and try avoiding it by doing something very physical like vomiting.

But it is best to avoid vomiting in the phase of the total transition from outer to inner senses, and instead face the extreme discomfort by including it precisely as it is without trying to understand or embrace, so you are what is in the moment and nothing else. Then it is over. It may be easier said than done, and it may take a long time to pass the apparent discomfort.

At a very young age when one of my inner senses opened, the outer ones were fully turned off, so there was nothing to block out the enlightenment of that which is one. I had been driving a taxi for 15 hours and was exhausted to the extent that I confused traffic lights for customers trying to hire a cab.

When I finally returned home from work, there was no energy left to fight the inner sense called the third eye to open up and burn away everything that appeared to be Alexius in a world where there seems to be more than one, so that there was no belief in something definable to hide there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one.

In deep sleep or big exhaustion, you do not sense apparent differences to make a difference, which is the invitation the enlightenment of that which is one is waiting for. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Deep, deep sleep
The inner senses are like the outer ones in the way, that if one of them is intensely used, the other ones seem to be somewhere in the background. In other words, one sense dominates at a time. For me, it was the most known of the inner senses, that dominated, when the inner senses opened up, namely the ability to ´see´ light. Not a light though that can be compared to anything you can see with the two eyes of the outer senses.

The Bhagavad Gita compares this light to light from thousands of suns, but I would not do that. To compare it to something is to say, there is something to see, that can be defined by time and space. It is not a light that illuminates something. There is nothing to see – not even light because there is no consciousness of being someone. There is just light and nothing else.

Soon after I bid welcome the visual aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one, the inner ear opened with ethereal harmonies sounding like bells but in a lot crisper and softer way than the mundane ones. Regarding the opening of the inner eye, I had no discomfort in the transition. Guess I was too exhausted to fight the opening of it. Speaking of the opening of the inner ear, I think it happened in what Buddha called the deep sleep.

If you sleep very, very deep, the concept of an ´I´, that experience something, is gone, and so there is nobody to fight the flow. It was in such a profound sleep that my inner ear opened up just like that.

The focus and concentration needed to read books enhances the belief in being and having something specific, contrary to defocusing that initiates the flow towards the formlessness of oneness.

The above is not much of an explanation of the deep sleep, but as I have not read the Buddhist statements, which are probably full of fancy names for levels and whatnot, all I know is from deep sleeping myself – or rather not doing it, as there is nobody there. That is why all I have are vague memories.

Always on the run from something to something better, so that you do not see, that which is you is the best. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The desire to escape that which is one is the reason, you must belief it is possible to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, so you appear to be and have more than another one. Escape is so deeply rooted in the belief system, that it governs everything you seem to do.

Even if you change your mind and want oneness instead of separation, you still think you need to escape the enlightenment of that which is one. That is until you realise, it is yourself that you want to escape, because that which is you is no different from that which is one.

Tasting the sweetness of that which is one
To taste the sweetness of that which is one, which is like a flavour of milk and honey with a hint of liquorice or sometimes strawberry was not without discomfort for me. My body acted like it had been attacked by something dangerous and panicked by making vomit reflexes. But when I did not try to escape it, the panic turned out to be a lid on a jug of a smoothie-like texture, that in some scriptures are called the nectar of life.

This is very much told in retrospect because as the enlightenment as that which is one cannot be experienced, this aspect of it is rather the tastelessness of nothingness. It was not after having had several glimpses of this aspect, which is an experience of a transparent sweet smoothie-like flavour, that I realised I must have bid welcome this aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one, because I had a memory of this taste in its extreme and most pure form, namely the tasteless formlessness of that which is one.

When the biological system of the body does not function anymore, the world of the outer senses cannot be experienced. For almost half an hour, however, you remain in the world of the inner senses, and as it is only in the world of the outer senses the belief in being someone specific can be upheld, nobody is dying. That is if you do not fight the world of the inner senses by holding onto something specific, that reminds you of something in the world of the outer senses.

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

In that which is one you are not anything at all, not even the bubbling sense of oneness There is not someone to experience it, as that would require more than one. This does not mean, that you are gone, because that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one. What is gone is that which is not you, namely someone tangible who appears to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Last night I finally died from the outer sense of feeling a tangible world
The inner sense of feeling has not been easy for me to get in touch with. It took many years of discomfort, vomiting, being hospitalised and at times losing the ability to balance – just to mention a few of the unsettling things, I have encountered as a person in the world getting closer to this inner sense.*

But last night in a very deep sleep I got so close, that I completely died from the outer sense of feeling a world defined by past experiences. In other words, the belief in being Alexius was momentarily undone, so that the enlightenment of that which is one was bid welcome – not in a visual but emotional way though. First, there was discomfort from not feeling my body to be separated from the bed. It was as if everything was electric and full of tiny bubbles.

Next, it turned into one feeling of nothingness, in the sense that there was nothing tangible – neither Alexius. Calling it a feeling is not entirely correct, because there is nobody to feel it … and nobody to remember it. In other words, what I am writing is based on vague memories, that I seem to be able to pick up from what feels like very far away and yet right here.

I remember, it was not like in a world defined by time and space, where there seem to be different events happening in sequences of time. There was no time. Everything was happening simultaneously.

It was one perpetual present and still is. This, however, cannot be described in a world of linear time, so it seems as if it happened in the past. Yet there was and is no difference between that which I am and the non-tangible feeling of one eternal presence of nothing but sizeless bubbles. This should not be understood that I am in a state like that in a world where there seems to be more than one, but that I know I am not there, because there is no more than that which is one.

Until that night I only had glimpses of the emotional aspect of that which is one, which is to emotionally experience the vibration that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises. The feeling of this vibration can be compared to the feeling you have in the body when quickly drinking the bubbles from a Coca-Cola, or from sensing the purring of a cat. If you want to learn how to feel and hear this vibration check, the article Life has no secrets.

How to activate glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, you can read about in the article Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment.

If you see something in this pic, there´s duality.

If you see something in this image, you believe it is possible to be and have more than that which is one and use what you define seeing to fence off the undefinable formlessness of that which is one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Back in a world where there seems to be more than one
To leave the enlightenment of that which is one and reappear as a person in the world of the outer senses, all that is needed is to perceive something, as this is based on separation. I remember from years ago, when I came back from my first intense glimpse of the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises, there had been a wish to live as opposed to dying. Such a contrast – or any other for that matter – is only applicable in a world where there seems to be more than one, so again Alexius appeared to be there.

To experience the enlightenment of that which is one, there must be someone to experience it, but that is not possible, as it takes more than one to experience something. Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings therefore discerns between the enlightenment of that which is one, which cannot be experienced, and glimpses of it, which is an experience of it, that is comparable to watching a movie trailer, that is just a sample of the whole movie.

Any experience is an illusion, as it takes more than one to experience something and there is no more than that which is one
The outer and inner senses are two sides of the same coin – that is why it is easy to shift between them and also why they both are part of a world where there seems to be more than one. In other words, the glimpses of enlightenment that can be experienced via the inner senses are not the ultimate reality. Well, actually, nothing is.

As a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion, there is nothing to wake up from and nothing ultimate to come back to. If there was, a world where there seems to be more than one would not be an illusion. Consequently, this article is as illusionary as a street sign pointing towards for example New York. It is just a pointer, and not what it is pointing towards.

We all know, the world presented to us in a set of virtual reality glasses is not real. Yet most have forgotten, that neither is the world presented to us by the senses. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

We all know, the world presented to us in a set of virtual reality glasses is not real. Yet most have forgotten, that neither is the world presented to us by the senses. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

We all know, that within the framework of a world where there seems to be more than one, the world simulated in virtual reality glasses is not real, and that when you take off the glasses, everything that appeared to be in the virtual world disappears, so that is not something to disturb you from seeing what is supposed to be the real world.

The world of the inner senses with glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one shows us the same is true in regards to the world that is experienced with the outer senses because it fades out the more the outer senses are turned inwards towards.

When the enlightenment of that which is one is bid welcome, there is nothing to experience, as it takes more than one to experience something.

But the experience of this inner world** full of lucid light, ethereal music, sweet nectar or bubbles of nothingness disappears, if the outer senses are completely closed off, as the contrasts, that glimpses of enlightenment seem to be made off, will dissolve, so there are no glimpses to experience, neither somebody specific to experience them – and therefore not something to hide, there is nothing but one perpetual present.

From the perspective of a world where oneness is divided into more than one, there is literally nothing in that which is one. But from the standpoint of oneness – though no such thing is possible, as it requires more than one to have a view of something – there is everything in that which one, as it is formless and therefore never ends.

Kind regards
Alexius

*) When rereading this article much later all memories of discomfort is gone, so do not worry, you will be OK if you choose to go with the flow of the inner senses.

**) Please do not take the expression in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings about an inner and outer world too literal. It should not be understood as there is a world inside of you. There is nothing inside or outside of you. The inner world rather refers to something, that it is not experienced to be in the world, you perceive to be outside of you.

Pretending to be a person in a hospital after a reboot.

NOTE ABOUT DYING FROM THE WORLD OF THE OUTER SENSES
To die from the outer senses and return to them again can be compared to rebooting a computer. You feel like a blank slate when coming back. The transition though of leaving the imagination of a world where there seems to be more than one and going where you cannot go, namely where there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one, can be full of fear and discomfort, and that there is a chance, you will not make it back to a world where there seems to be more than one with a sane mind. There are no guarantees.

NOTE ABOUT MULTITASKING BETWEEN INNER AND OUTER SENSES
When you open up to the inner senses, they reveal their world at their own accord, which may be inconvenient in regards to the world that is experienced with the outer senses, so make sure to stay away from things and places, where the focus on the world of the outer senses is needed when you sense the inner senses are knocking at the door.

This is not a problem though, if you connect with the empty breath, as its function is to be an automatic gear between the inner and outer senses. You can read about this in hack #4, A state of not-knowing is nothing but bliss. If you quickly want to connect with the empty breath, check out Take-offs to ´the empty breath´Where to find the bliss of ´the empty breath´How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´ and What does ´the empty breath´ feel like?.

When you forget what and where you appear to be, the enlightenment of that which one sets in

_IGP9809-Edit-5

The glimpse of a leaf in this photo has not much to do with its actual look. Just like a glimpse of a star has nothing to do with the full brightness of it. Likewise experiencing glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one has nothing in common with that which is one. It cannot be experienced, as it takes more than one to experience something. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be experienced, as it takes more than one to experience something. Therefore nobody can tell you what it is or teach you how to bid it welcome. Yet you can learn not to bid welcome a world where there seems to be more than one, so your belief in it does not appear to hide that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Praying, meditating, fasting, wearing special clothes or being with special people in special places does not help you in regards to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, as doing something implies that you are someone definitive. There is nothing to do and no help to get but forget what and where you appear to be.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

If you do not focus on being someone specific, there is nobody to see a definable world, and so there is nothing to hide the enlightenment of that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

In oneness, there is no time and space to separate anything. It is one perpetual present.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings do not use the word enlightened as a description of someone who has achieved a better understanding or a higher consciousness. You do not get wiser or higher from the enlightenment mentioned in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, because it is the enlightenment of that which is one, and it requires more than one to become something.

The awareness of ever having experienced to be someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one is terminated in the enlightenment of that which is one. Actually, there is no consciousness of anything at all because it takes more than one to be aware of something. This may last for a short moment or not last at all because time stops when there is nobody to be aware of it. Hence there is not an experience of past and future to hide there never was or will be anything but one perpetual present.

Most, however, return to the awareness of being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one before the experience of time, and thus themselves as somebody definitive, is over. They avoid it by justifying their fear of destruction with that which is one, and so they are back in a world where there seems to be more than one.

If you do not want to fend off the enlightenment of that which is one, do not project the fear on oneness but include it as it is. Not by embracing it, since that establishes you as someone definitive, but by completely being fear and nothing else, so there is not something to define you as someone, and thus nobody to prevent the bright white light of the enlightenment of that which is one from leaving what you believed in being at the edge of a black hole, which eats up the light and the emptiness of you, so there is nothing to gracefully fall into that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

That which is you is not the bright white light of enlightenment that is so intense, that nothing can be seen but that. Nor is it the black hole that is the last thing you see before the light extracts all the memories making up the belief that you are someone definitive, so there is nobody to endlessly fall into that which is one.

In other words, you seem to return to that which is one as bright light. That is if you are a visually minded person. If you are more into listening, feeling or tasting, you seem to return as a sound, feeling or taste. That being said, you do not actually return to that which is one because you never left it. It is not possible since doing so requires more than one. However, it seems possible to believe there is more than that which is one, and in the context of that belief, you seem to return to that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The return to that which is one does not involve a transformation of you or the world, but the annihilation of you and the world – at least as seen from a world where there seems to be more than one, because now reality sets in, and reality is that which is one. So if you are into making a better world, to realise your self, coming from the heart, living in the now, being one with the Earth and whatnot, the enlightenment of that which is one is not for you.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

There is not something to awaken from or return to, neither any awareness to achieve, because there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one – and it takes more than one to do something.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

None of the exciting stories about divine presence, higher self and consciousness, for example, applies to that which is one because there is no excitement in oneness since it takes more than one to be excited. There does, however, seem to be lots of excitement to get in a world where there seems to be more than one if you follow one of its gurus. But what you get is not real.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Nobody walks around in the enlightenment of that which is one, because that requires more than one. Yet someone who momentarily forgets what and where it appears to be returns to the consciousness of being someone with vague memories of not being that, and thus the enlightenment of that which is one.

These memories are not gonna make you wiser or help you change anything in the world. But you do not expect that, because you know the world is an illusion – or as science says, the world we seem to feel and see consists of 99.9999999 per cent empty space. And the rest, despite it also is empty space and as immaterial as a dream, is what we perceive to be elements of matter making up a world defined by time and space.

Thus no matter what and where you appear to be in such a world, it is make-believe. Read more about empty space in the articles ´The empty breath´ is empty space, and so is what you believe to be and Free to float in the void of ´the empty breath´.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one may look like this image from out of space, but it will not be experienced as if outside of you but inside. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one may look like this image from out of space, but it will not be experienced as if outside of you but inside. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Hardly anybody ever bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one. The glimpses of it, however, are every now and then bid welcome by someone, because contrary to the enlightenment of that which is one they can be experienced and they do not totally erase the consciousness of being someone. Hence they can be interpreted as you fancy, for example as if they have transformed you into something better and higher.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Please be aware that the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be experienced by somebody. The description of it, therefore, comes from somebody having memories of being nobody falling through a black hole. In other words, although the enlightenment of that which is one is impersonal, Alexius´ description of it is personal. Thus he cannot assure you that his description of the enlightenment of that which is one is correct. But he can guarantee they cannot be replicated by you, neither by himself. First of all, because it takes more than one to reproduce something, and secondly because there is nothing personal in the enlightenment of that which is one. See also The ins and outs of a black hole.

Yet his personal descriptions of the enlightenment of that which is one may inspire you to undo the belief in being someone definitive so that there is nothing to hide the enlightenment of that which is one. Part of undoing this belief is to forget everything you have heard or read about enlightenment – including what you believe to have read in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

This is a graphic simulation o the black hole, where you are sucked in by an explosion of light, if you do not insist in seeing forms. If you are willing to be burned up by the pure bright light, there is no one to see – neither nothing to see. All there is, is that which is.

This is a graphic simulation of the black hole, where the thought construction that holds you together as if you are someone tangible is left at its edge, so what is not definable is sucked through the black hole by an extremely intense light into that which is one, where there is neither light or darkness. That is if you do not insist on seeing something definable in the light. If you are willing to be burned away by it, the last thing you see is a black hole, and then you are no more. You never were, because it takes more than one to be someone and there is no more than that which is one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Have you ever been in a bath top and imagined to see an adventurous world in the abstract structure of the steam coming from the hot water? When the steam dissolves, and thus the world you imagined there, you hold onto the thoughts of something specific, so you can keep the moments of magic and imagine you are part of a special world with exciting creatures. Without your imagination, however, this world is nothing but water.

The above is meant as a metaphor to illustrate how a world where there seems to be more than one can be imagined, so it seems to hide there is no more than that which is one. In the context of this metaphor, what and where you believe to be is nothing but empty space where colourless waves of light move so fast (read more about that here) that they cannot be dissociated from each other. That is unless you imagine seeing different waves shaped by the space in between them so that empty space seems to consists of countless waves of light separated from each other.

And if you also imagine these shapes to not move so fast but quite slow, they seem to be definable by time and, therefore, tangible. Consequently, you seem to experience a world of countless opaque and colourful shapes that differ from each other, although the experience consists of nothing but empty space filled colourless waves of light moving so fast that they cannot be dissociated from each other.

This is what becomes obvious in the enlightenment of that which is one. The light of the waves is so bright that it is impossible to catch a difference, wherefore there is just one formless light.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The world is nothing but a construction of thoughts, that seems to have the power to hide that which is one when you perceive them to be something.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When you see all thoughts as a symbol of the bright white light, their apparent differences in time and space does not make a difference.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

If you do not seek to be acknowledged as someone definitive, you are nobody – and only as nobody can you bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is onePhoto © Alexius Jorgensen.

By not caring about collecting specific thoughts to maintain the appearance of you as someone coherent in a world defined by time and space, you open the door to the enlightenment of that which is one. Opening this door is not about doing something, but about not doing what you are doing to hide the bright, bright light.

Because of what is said in the above about thoughts, you may get the idea, that they need to be stopped. But it is not thoughts as such that hide the light of that which is one. It is a belief that they establish you as someone definitive.

To not do anything, you keep on thinking what you seem to think, but without taking any thought seriously. By not taking any of them seriously, the belief in them as yours cannot be maintained, and you will literally be nothing but a light brighter than anything conceivable. That being said, if there is still the slightest belief in being someone definitive nothing, you will not want to be dissolved in the flow of the enlightenment of that which is one. Chances are you right away will return to the world you have constructed of thoughts, as you obviously still believe in one or more of them.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The world is a construction of thoughts, and even though they are just as meaningless as this image, you try your best to put them together in a way, so that you seem to see a world that makes sense. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

A particular body posture, state of mind, kundalini awakening and whatnot is not needed in order to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one because it does not enter neither the mind or the body (including aura and chakras). On the contrary, it undoes the belief in anything that can be experienced – including primordial energy, consciousness, astral worlds and whatnot – so that only what cannot be experienced is left, namely the formlessness of that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

To bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, all you need to do is to stop focusing on experiencing something tangible, because if you believe to see something definable, it is as if it is hiding the formless enlightenment of that which is one.

That which is one is neither light or darkness or anything in between. Light is just what is used to extract all the thoughts, that are used to make up the experience of being someone tangible, so there is not something to be sucked into a black hole and spit out on the other side into that which is one. Neither is there another side, as there is no more than that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The unenlightened may have a high consciousness, attained through many years of meditation. But one who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one has nothing because it takes more than one to have something.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

It is not uncommon to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one and afterwards dismiss the vague memories of it as nothing, because what is formless – and therefore not definable – cannot be remembered as something. Besides, as the enlightenment of that which is one is one perpetual present, it cannot be transferred to a world of linear time. In other words, it cannot be shared in a world where there seems to be more than one, wherefore it is often dismissed as real.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The enlightenment of that which is one does not bring you back to the formlessness of oneness. It is not possible. That which is you is no different from that which is one, and since it is formless and therefore endless there is nothing outside of it. Thus you have never left it – only in your imagination.

The enlightenment of that which is one does nothing does not change this imagination but heals the sick belief, that it is real. Rebooted as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, you sense this very clearly, because even though the memories of the enlightenment of that which is one are vague, one thing stands out crystal clear: There is no more than that which is one.

So if you are looking for something big and supernatural, that will support you and help you to become more spiritual and blissful, you will not notice if you somehow forget what and where you are and therefore bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, because it has none of those qualities you are looking for. It has nothing at all, as it requires more than one to have anything.

This article is part of hack #5-7.1 From the inner senses through a black hole into that which is one.

[√] Eyes do not see, they translate

Ellorem hariatenihil inversp ienimin velibus, to ipsae volorum aboris qui anit maximet, te de et vitate nemqui blaut lam et magnatisciis sundeli aspicip sandesciis. Voloqir © Alexius Jorgensen.

Our eyes cannot see anything at all. The tangible world we believe in looking at is a construction of thoughts compound by the brain based on the reflections of light that it claims passes through our eyes. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Even though the digital photos in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings seem to differ from each other and each has their own story, they are the same in the sense that they all consist of nothing but the same zeros and ones. And the images do not seem to be different from each other before an app translates specific mixes of zeros and ones into different images reminiscent of the world where we experience to be as separated beings.

This translation of zeros and ones into images that we seem to recognise as something from the world where we believe to makes us forget, that the raw data of each image consist of the exact same zeros and ones and that there would be absolutely nothing to see if they had not been rendered by an app.

This does not only apply to digital images but anything that appears to be different from something else, regardless it seems to be inanimate or animate, spiritual or physical and whatnot. In the world where we believe to be, the app doing this is the brain. It translates nothing into something that seems tangible.

»Your eye is like a camera … Photons pass through your lens, which focuses them onto a spot at the back of your retina. There, specialised photoreceptive structures called rods and cones convert these photons into electromagnetic impulses that your brain interprets as shapes, colours, and textures.« From an article in Wired.

First, an app translates zeros and ones into frequencies, that seem to reach your eyes from your screen. Then those frequencies are converted by the brain into something that looks like you expect the world to be. Lastly, you perceive that as it is made by the brain or try to make a better version of it. See hack #4.2 The basic self versus the special onePhoto © Alexius Jorgensen.

The human eyes can be compared to a digital camera, that contrary to an analogue camera does not make images on a film inside of it. Instead, it records the data – called RAW – of light coming through the lens when the shutter button is pressed.

This data, however, cannot be seen as an image on the screen of the camera before it is converted by a built-in app into the contrasts that define a world where there seems to be more than one. Technically speaking this is most often done by rendering RAW into a JPEG file.

If the raw data received by the eyes or any other sense is not translated by the brain into something perceivable, there does not appear to be someone experiencing anything.

Likewise, there is nowhere inside the head of us, where the light recorded by the eyes is processed into an image like in an analogue camera. The data or frequencies of light captured by the eyes can only be seen as an image reminiscent of the world where we believe to be when the brain has fabricated such an image by translating the data it collects from the three taps in the eyes, that respectively record red, green and blue frequencies.

Since it takes time for the brain to process the information it gets from the eyes in a specific moment, it sorts the received information into categories and only use those needed to make up the image it wants you to see. The time delay in processing, it extrapolates so it does not seem to interfere with what you perceive to be happening now.

You can read more about that in the articles You want to be deceived, and so you are and Duality is a simulated reality on top of non-duality.

Facebook can now automatically write captions on images, that can be read by blind people, so their brain can use this info to construct an image inside of them as if they actually see the image on Facebook. The graphic is grabbed from an article in Wired.

As it always takes the brain about one second to accomplish this, our conscious experience of now is a construction of thoughts about what happened one second ago – also if we believe in coming from the heart and whatnot. Thus we do not see but think that we are somebody in a world where there seems to be more than one. Read more about that here.

It is quite similar to how artificial intelligence automatically generates an audio caption on a photo in the News Feed for blind people on Facebook so they can fabricate an image of a pizza, for example, themselves. The image is, by the way, grabbed from an article in Wired about this.

The blind ones, however, will not know if artificial intelligence always gets it right. Neither will they or the ´seeing´ ones know that the brain never gets it right when it produces experiences of a world where there seems to be more than one because there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

So in the context of that which is one you do not see this article since it takes more than one to see something. But nor do you in the context of a world where there seems to be more than one. Everything on the screen, where you believe to see this article, consists of zeros and ones added together in entirely meaningless ways.

You only seem to see this nothingness as something, because your electronic device has a system, that translates it into wavelengths of light which reach your eyes in ways that the brain, in this case, turns into letters forming English words.

The brain is translating the raw data coming through the eyes into experiences that seem to be tangible. But it is all make-believe.

Reading these words in a country where the internet is censored, some of them may have been changed or left out. And if not, you have most definitely left out some yourself, so you can twist Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings into something that fits your perception of the world. See also The closer you look, the less you believe what you see is real.

In other words, the article, that you think you are reading, is not the article that Alexius wrote. What you believe to be reading is based on how you perceive the brains translation of the article that your browser has rendered from HTML, which is one of the languages an electronic media uses to convert its mess of zeros and ones into something that appears to make sense. Read more about that here.

If you experience to be run in a dream, you are mistaken. You are not in the dream but in your bed adding thoughts together in such a way that you perceive yourself to be running in a non-existing world. The same applies to everything you believe to experience in a world where there seems to be more than one. You are not there because there is no more that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

In other words, what you believe to read is made up in your brain. Just like when you believe you have vertigo. Nor yours or somebody else´s eyes see the world spin, the way you experience it to do. It is something the brain makes up. And so is, for example, feeling loved or rejected. Those feelings are the same in the sense that they are not caused by anything else than electrical impulses in your head. This applies to all experiences, including those perceived to be divine or spiritual. See All experiences are equally unreal.

You can compare the experience of living in a world where there seems to be more than one to using a flight simulator. You are not flying at all. It is an illusion.

Neither humans or self-driving cars actually see the world where they appear to be but what their master, respectively the brain and The Cloud, based on the info coming from their senses, decides for them to see. And as you can ´see´ in this image of how a self-driving car perceives the world, it is entirely different from how you believe to see it. The graphic is grabbed from Wired.

What you ´see´ can be compared to what a self-driving car sees, namely nothing manipulated into something. The info received from the sensors of the self-driving car is shaped by The Cloud into what it wants the car to ´see´ and respond to as it is real. Read more about that here.

Whether you seem to see something in a movie or what appears to be a world outside of you, it is an experience fabricated by the brain. So if someone is seen as sad, it does not mean that this is so but that this is how a certain wavelength is interpreted by the brain.

Believing to see something can also be compared to how the artificial intelligence (AI) that Facebook and Google use to sort your photos is programmed to recognise your pictures. Even though all data in an electronic media consists of nothing but zeros and ones, artificial intelligence is programmed to experience special combinations of them as if they are substantial entities. The more it ´sees´ those entities, that it defines as human beings, the more it learns to interpret a particular facial expression as a special emotion. Thus it experiences to ´feel´ what it ´sees´ and, therefore, that it can relate to the persons in the photos as if it is one of them.

But since an artificial intelligence does not exist as somebody, nobody is relating to anybody. It is just layer upon layer of algorithms, that collects data and put them together in the same way like the human brain compiles thoughts to make it appear as if there is a tangible world where there is nothing but empty space.

When a smartphone recognises your face it does not mean that it sees you. In the case of Apple, for example, it registers the electrical impulses from a grid of 30,000 invisible dots which has been projected onto your face to create a 3-D map of your facial topography. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The brain uses the very same organ to fabricate all the apparently different experiences that it makes you conscious of. So if you split them into imaginative or real, for example, you are mistaken. All experiences are all make-believe.

In other words, the experience of a world defined by time and space is a construction of thoughts made by nobody from out of nothing – or as science states, the world consists of 99.9999999 per cent empty space and the rest, that we perceive as elements of matter making up a tangible world, is also blank.

»The app helps people who are blind or losing their sight ´feel´ smiles. The app uses facial recognition to find a face and then vibrates in the user’s hand to let them know that the person they’re talking with is smiling.« From an article in Wired.

The person you believe to be is blind, deaf and numb. What you experience to see, hear feel and taste, regardless it appears to be spiritual or mundane, is nothing but electrical impulses. They do not mean anything at all unless the brain manipulates them into something that appears to be a smile, for example.

The brain is like an app in a wearable device for blind people. It uses facial recognition to find a face and tells you when the algorithm suggest that it smiles, so the blind can have an experience of ´seeing´ and/or ´feeling´a smiling face.

Most insist that this construction of thoughts is set in motion by something. Religions claim it is done by god and many gurus stand firm on the belief that a higher consciousness is behind it and if you meditate, chant and whatnot you will find it. But they are wrong. Reality is that which is one, and as it takes more than one to find something, only that which is not real can be found.

Ultimately speaking, the above is just another construction of thoughts, that is as illusionary as anyone else. Yet this illusion accepts, that it is not real, as it requires more than one to write, read, realise or understand it, and reality is that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

Thus it does not claim to expose what is real, but what is not real, so you stop to believe that there is something to see where there is nothing, and this belief, therefore, does not appear to hide there is no more than that which is one.

NOTE: The above about eyes applies to all the senses. If you are tone-deaf, for example, it is not due to a problem in the ear but the brain, which is unable to find the right equation in the music.

The article is part of hack #4.1 Eyes cannot see, which is about the brain fooling you into believing that you see, hear, feel and taste a tangible world where there is nothing but empty space. See also the below articles
