Last night I died from the world again

The total transmission from the outer to the inner senses is not gradual but very abrupt, and it can seem frightening at the moment where you sense that nothing definable will make it through this transition. You and the world, as you know it, is gonna be eradicated just like that. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Just like we have senses to see, hear, feel, smell and taste a world experienced to be outside of us, we have similar ones to sense an inner realm. To use the inner senses, or go beyond the senses we normally use, namely, the outer ones, they must be more or less turned off. Here you can read more about what and where the inner and outer senses are.

The more you do not focus on something specific in the world, that the outer senses seem to produce, the more they are closing down and the less you see a definable world. To be completely defocused for a moment feels like you die from the world of the outer senses, which may be why the New Testament says that St. Paul died daily.

A complete transition from the outer senses to the inner ones can be very uncomfortable. Some choose to die instead of going through this phase. But the most fight to remain as a person in the world experienced by the outer senses, as that is where they consider life to be.

Vomiting is a way to stop frightening feelings from coming up
Psychologically speaking it is said, that when suppressed feelings are about to surface, some unconsciously choose to vomit instead of facing them. It is a bit the same in the total transition from outer to inner senses, in the sense that part of you are afraid of the unknown and try avoiding it by doing something very physical like vomiting.

But it is best to avoid vomiting in the phase of the total transition from outer to inner senses, and instead face the extreme discomfort by including it precisely as it is without trying to understand or embrace, so you are what is in the moment and nothing else. Then it is over. It may be easier said than done, and it may take a long time to pass the apparent discomfort.

At a very young age when one of my inner senses opened, the outer ones were fully turned off, so there was nothing to block out the enlightenment of that which is one. I had been driving a taxi for 15 hours and was exhausted to the extent that I confused traffic lights for customers trying to hire a cab.

When I finally returned home from work, there was no energy left to fight the inner sense called the third eye to open up and burn away everything that appeared to be Alexius in a world where there seems to be more than one, so that there was no belief in something definable to hide there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one.

In deep sleep or big exhaustion, you do not sense apparent differences to make a difference, which is the invitation the enlightenment of that which is one is waiting for. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Deep, deep sleep
The inner senses are like the outer ones in the way, that if one of them is intensely used, the other ones seem to be somewhere in the background. In other words, one sense dominates at a time. For me, it was the most known of the inner senses, that dominated, when the inner senses opened up, namely the ability to ´see´ light. Not a light though that can be compared to anything you can see with the two eyes of the outer senses.

The Bhagavad Gita compares this light to light from thousands of suns, but I would not do that. To compare it to something is to say, there is something to see, that can be defined by time and space. It is not a light that illuminates something. There is nothing to see – not even light because there is no consciousness of being someone. There is just light and nothing else.

Soon after I bid welcome the visual aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one, the inner ear opened with ethereal harmonies sounding like bells but in a lot crisper and softer way than the mundane ones. Regarding the opening of the inner eye, I had no discomfort in the transition. Guess I was too exhausted to fight the opening of it. Speaking of the opening of the inner ear, I think it happened in what Buddha called the deep sleep.

If you sleep very, very deep, the concept of an ´I´, that experience something, is gone, and so there is nobody to fight the flow. It was in such a profound sleep that my inner ear opened up just like that.

The focus and concentration needed to read books enhances the belief in being and having something specific, contrary to defocusing that initiates the flow towards the formlessness of oneness.

The above is not much of an explanation of the deep sleep, but as I have not read the Buddhist statements, which are probably full of fancy names for levels and whatnot, all I know is from deep sleeping myself – or rather not doing it, as there is nobody there. That is why all I have are vague memories.

Always on the run from something to something better, so that you do not see, that which is you is the best. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The desire to escape that which is one is the reason, you must belief it is possible to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, so you appear to be and have more than another one. Escape is so deeply rooted in the belief system, that it governs everything you seem to do.

Even if you change your mind and want oneness instead of separation, you still think you need to escape the enlightenment of that which is one. That is until you realise, it is yourself that you want to escape, because that which is you is no different from that which is one.

Tasting the sweetness of that which is one
To taste the sweetness of that which is one, which is like a flavour of milk and honey with a hint of liquorice or sometimes strawberry was not without discomfort for me. My body acted like it had been attacked by something dangerous and panicked by making vomit reflexes. But when I did not try to escape it, the panic turned out to be a lid on a jug of a smoothie-like texture, that in some scriptures are called the nectar of life.

This is very much told in retrospect because as the enlightenment as that which is one cannot be experienced, this aspect of it is rather the tastelessness of nothingness. It was not after having had several glimpses of this aspect, which is an experience of a transparent sweet smoothie-like flavour, that I realised I must have bid welcome this aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one, because I had a memory of this taste in its extreme and most pure form, namely the tasteless formlessness of that which is one.

When the biological system of the body does not function anymore, the world of the outer senses cannot be experienced. For almost half an hour, however, you remain in the world of the inner senses, and as it is only in the world of the outer senses the belief in being someone specific can be upheld, nobody is dying. That is if you do not fight the world of the inner senses by holding onto something specific, that reminds you of something in the world of the outer senses.

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

In that which is one you are not anything at all, not even the bubbling sense of oneness There is not someone to experience it, as that would require more than one. This does not mean, that you are gone, because that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one. What is gone is that which is not you, namely someone tangible who appears to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Last night I finally died from the outer sense of feeling a tangible world
The inner sense of feeling has not been easy for me to get in touch with. It took many years of discomfort, vomiting, being hospitalised and at times losing the ability to balance – just to mention a few of the unsettling things, I have encountered as a person in the world getting closer to this inner sense.*

But last night in a very deep sleep I got so close, that I completely died from the outer sense of feeling a world defined by past experiences. In other words, the belief in being Alexius was momentarily undone, so that the enlightenment of that which is one was bid welcome – not in a visual but emotional way though. First, there was discomfort from not feeling my body to be separated from the bed. It was as if everything was electric and full of tiny bubbles.

Next, it turned into one feeling of nothingness, in the sense that there was nothing tangible – neither Alexius. Calling it a feeling is not entirely correct, because there is nobody to feel it … and nobody to remember it. In other words, what I am writing is based on vague memories, that I seem to be able to pick up from what feels like very far away and yet right here.

I remember, it was not like in a world defined by time and space, where there seem to be different events happening in sequences of time. There was no time. Everything was happening simultaneously.

It was one perpetual present and still is. This, however, cannot be described in a world of linear time, so it seems as if it happened in the past. Yet there was and is no difference between that which I am and the non-tangible feeling of one eternal presence of nothing but sizeless bubbles. This should not be understood that I am in a state like that in a world where there seems to be more than one, but that I know I am not there, because there is no more than that which is one.

Until that night I only had glimpses of the emotional aspect of that which is one, which is to emotionally experience the vibration that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises. The feeling of this vibration can be compared to the feeling you have in the body when quickly drinking the bubbles from a Coca-Cola, or from sensing the purring of a cat. If you want to learn how to feel and hear this vibration check, the article Life has no secrets.

How to activate glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, you can read about in the article Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment.

If you see something in this pic, there´s duality.

If you see something in this image, you believe it is possible to be and have more than that which is one and use what you define seeing to fence off the undefinable formlessness of that which is one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Back in a world where there seems to be more than one
To leave the enlightenment of that which is one and reappear as a person in the world of the outer senses, all that is needed is to perceive something, as this is based on separation. I remember from years ago, when I came back from my first intense glimpse of the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises, there had been a wish to live as opposed to dying. Such a contrast – or any other for that matter – is only applicable in a world where there seems to be more than one, so again Alexius appeared to be there.

To experience the enlightenment of that which is one, there must be someone to experience it, but that is not possible, as it takes more than one to experience something. Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings therefore discerns between the enlightenment of that which is one, which cannot be experienced, and glimpses of it, which is an experience of it, that is comparable to watching a movie trailer, that is just a sample of the whole movie.

Any experience is an illusion, as it takes more than one to experience something and there is no more than that which is one
The outer and inner senses are two sides of the same coin – that is why it is easy to shift between them and also why they both are part of a world where there seems to be more than one. In other words, the glimpses of enlightenment that can be experienced via the inner senses are not the ultimate reality. Well, actually, nothing is.

As a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion, there is nothing to wake up from and nothing ultimate to come back to. If there was, a world where there seems to be more than one would not be an illusion. Consequently, this article is as illusionary as a street sign pointing towards for example New York. It is just a pointer, and not what it is pointing towards.

We all know, the world presented to us in a set of virtual reality glasses is not real. Yet most have forgotten, that neither is the world presented to us by the senses. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

We all know, the world presented to us in a set of virtual reality glasses is not real. Yet most have forgotten, that neither is the world presented to us by the senses. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

We all know, that within the framework of a world where there seems to be more than one, the world simulated in virtual reality glasses is not real, and that when you take off the glasses, everything that appeared to be in the virtual world disappears, so that is not something to disturb you from seeing what is supposed to be the real world.

The world of the inner senses with glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one shows us the same is true in regards to the world that is experienced with the outer senses because it fades out the more the outer senses are turned inwards towards.

When the enlightenment of that which is one is bid welcome, there is nothing to experience, as it takes more than one to experience something.

But the experience of this inner world** full of lucid light, ethereal music, sweet nectar or bubbles of nothingness disappears, if the outer senses are completely closed off, as the contrasts, that glimpses of enlightenment seem to be made off, will dissolve, so there are no glimpses to experience, neither somebody specific to experience them – and therefore not something to hide, there is nothing but one perpetual present.

From the perspective of a world where oneness is divided into more than one, there is literally nothing in that which is one. But from the standpoint of oneness – though no such thing is possible, as it requires more than one to have a view of something – there is everything in that which one, as it is formless and therefore never ends.

Kind regards
Alexius

*) When rereading this article much later all memories of discomfort is gone, so do not worry, you will be OK if you choose to go with the flow of the inner senses.

**) Please do not take the expression in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings about an inner and outer world too literal. It should not be understood as there is a world inside of you. There is nothing inside or outside of you. The inner world rather refers to something, that it is not experienced to be in the world, you perceive to be outside of you.

Pretending to be a person in a hospital after a reboot.

NOTE ABOUT DYING FROM THE WORLD OF THE OUTER SENSES
To die from the outer senses and return to them again can be compared to rebooting a computer. You feel like a blank slate when coming back. The transition though of leaving the imagination of a world where there seems to be more than one and going where you cannot go, namely where there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one, can be full of fear and discomfort, and that there is a chance, you will not make it back to a world where there seems to be more than one with a sane mind. There are no guarantees.

NOTE ABOUT MULTITASKING BETWEEN INNER AND OUTER SENSES
When you open up to the inner senses, they reveal their world at their own accord, which may be inconvenient in regards to the world that is experienced with the outer senses, so make sure to stay away from things and places, where the focus on the world of the outer senses is needed when you sense the inner senses are knocking at the door.

This is not a problem though, if you connect with the empty breath, as its function is to be an automatic gear between the inner and outer senses. You can read about this in hack #4, A state of not-knowing is nothing but bliss. If you quickly want to connect with the empty breath, check out Take-offs to ´the empty breath´Where to find the bliss of ´the empty breath´How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´ and What does ´the empty breath´ feel like?.

Beyond the senses – or the outer senses versus the inner ones

Those who hear or feel the humming coming from far away as an echo of that which is one cannot use it to make themselves or the world better. But they will be used as a door to close the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one, so there is no experience to hide that which is one. This does not mean they will be transformed, as that requires more than one and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. Neither does it mean that they will cease to exist, because they have never existed since there is no more than that which is one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
If a world where seems to be more than one is not real but that which I am is, it is not possible to be in such a world. Yet it is possible to pretend being ´there´. This is to say that most of the below article is written within the framework of pretending to be someone ´there´, so the experiences described in it – for example that the Earth stopped moving – is just as illusionary as any other experience in a virtual world.

Beyond the senses – or the outer senses versus the inner ones
The first time the world stood still was in my teen years. I looked out the window and everything was covered by snow. It was like the whiteness of outside of me turned everything white inside me while Donovan* gently was singing Jennifer Juniper.

I forgot to participate in the story of time and space, so the Earth stopped moving and the air was so thin, that there was no space between anything. Music was coming out of my speakers, yet the silence was so loud, that all I heard was the echo of that which is one.

Much later on a walk along the sea, the echo of that which is one was there again – and not so much later, when I was walking on a pedestrian street busy handing out flyers, the distant echo of that which is one was so intense, that even though people were moving on the street, there was no movement and no people. Do not know what there was – it did not seem tangible.

After being accustomed to hearing the echo of that which is one, I realised that this distant humming is what the words Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolise,* and that the reason people even after years of chanting or contemplating do not hear it is that they are waiting for those words to reveal a higher understanding. But there is no understanding to be revealed, neither is there any need for that, when you actually hear the distant humming, that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises.

_IGP6225-Edit

You can only hear the music from the guitar on this image by imagining it because there is no real guitar in the image – it is a symbol. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The echo of that which is one
The word guitar is a symbol of something, that can make amazing sounds. Yet the word cannot make those sounds. Actually, there is no way to know what a guitar sounds like when you read the word guitar if you have not already heard what it is a symbol of.

It is a little bit the same with the words symbolising the distant humming of that which is one – and then again it is not exactly the same. A guitar can produce something, but the vibration that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God* symbolises cannot produce anything. It can be compared to the sound of a vacuum cleaner, which does not vacuum clean. It is just there when the vacuum cleaner is turned on.

Likewise, the humming, that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God* symbolises, is an echo ´hanging in the air´, when the imagination of a world where life is divided into more than one is turned on. The humming is the engine of such a world – not in the way that it produces it, but in the way that it is the energy, that makes it possible to imagine that you are someone specific in a world where there seems to be more than one.

When everything you know is undone, there is peace
It is not accidentally, that it is a vacuum cleaner that is used in the above description. The humming of that which is one is to be compared to a subtle version of the sound from a vacuum cleaner or the sound from the ventilation in a big place like an airport, or the fusion of all sounds in the world, or the sound at the edge of the breath (not the sound of breathing in, neither of breathing out, but at the edge of it – or rather on the top of it).

If you are into becoming famous or rich or making the world a better place according to a specific belief, this vibration is not for you. It has no power to change anything. It knows of nothing to make better. On the contrary. Everything conceivable is undone, which leaves nothing but that which is one. In other words, there is peace, because it takes more than one to not be at peace.

The enlightenment of that which is one versus glimpses of it
Apart from the last two sentences in the above paragraph, this article has not been about the enlightenment of that which is one. It cannot be heard, as that is an experience and it requires more than one to experience something. What I have been talking about is the experience of having glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one in the form of hearing the vibration that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises, which we can have when the definable world of the outer senses become so distant that the distant humming from the edge of the universe is the nearest to us.

To hear or feel the distant humming, that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises is one aspect of experiencing glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one. The other aspects are to have amazing visions of light, the crispness of ethereal harmonies or the sweetness of oneness. The world of the outer senses is very focused on visual impact, so you may only have heard of the visual aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one.

Those glimpses are revealed by the inner senses when the ones are partly closed. In the world of the inner senses though there is only one of everything, so there is just one eye, one ear and so on, and they are not physically tangible.

As long you are experiencing the enlightenment of that which is one in one of its aspects, you are having glimpses of it, but if you stop perceiving them as if they can be defined like this or that way, there is nothing to define you as an experiencer, and so there is not someone definitive experiencing them, and so there is no difference between them and you. That is the enlightenment of that which is one.

Having fun exploring the world of the outer senses. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

What is real is never-ending, so all experiences are unreal
Compared to the enlightenment of that which is one or having glimpses of it, living as someone specific in the world of the outer senses feels like a joke – but why not enjoy the joke. There is nothing to lose. As you are not someone definitive, you can pretend to be anybody in the world of the outer senses. If you are into concepts of love, you can perceive the world through such glasses as if everything is love or a cry for love. It is all make-believe so anything will do.

When the world experienced through the outer senses is an illusion, one may conclude, that the world experienced through the inner senses is the real thing. But as what is real never ends, neither the inner or outer senses are real as all experiences have an end  – including the experiencing glimpses of enlightenment.

The enlightenment of that which is one is a journey without distance from a world where there seems to be more than one into that which is one
Metaphorically speaking you can say, that what you experience via the inner senses is a wall surrounding that which is one. The wall seems to have no substance. Yet it can be seen, heard, felt or tasted, and if you do not try to find order in it or in any way define it, the outer senses have nothing to work with and a door, that looks like a black hole with a thin frame of white light inside it and rapidly spiralling bright light around it, suddenly and very quickly sucks you into it.

There is no other side to this black hole because you have left the oneness of that which is you. You have never been definable or experienced anything. That is an illusion. In reality, that which is you is no different from that which is one – and there is no more than one.

IMG_0424-5

All thoughts appearing to be you has to be left at the moment of death, if it is to serve as a portal to that which is one, so if they are picked up again in order to return to a world where there seems to be more than one, the person you appear to be will not have anything to tell about that which is one, because this person was not there. Yet there may be vague memories of it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 2:
I do not know the stories from those telling about their experience of death. Yet I know, that if they have much to say, it is not death but near-death, they are talking about – and that has nothing to do with death. It cannot be experienced, because if you are dead, there is nobody to experience it.

Tunnels of light seem to be a common near-death experience, which often is used to prove, that you are on a spiritual journey. The tunnels of light, however, are just a result of the brain not having enough oxygen to produce the images of a world as you expect it to look, so instead, it presents something abstract based on common second-hand knowledge stored in your subconsciousness.

It has nothing to do with spirituality, which is the formlessness of that which is one and consequently cannot be seen, as it requires more than one to see something. That is why the personality at the moment of death metaphorically speaking must be left at the entrance to oneness, so that there is nothing to enter it and therefore no awareness of having been there, if the personality is picked up again and again to a body that appears to be you in a world where there seems to be more than one.

The formlessness of oneness has no size – and what is sizeless has no beginning or end. In other words, there is no more than that which is one, so a world where there seems to be more than one does not exist. This cannot be comprehended by those believing to be someone definitive, as to them only what can be measured does exist.

There are, however, vague memories of the formlessness of that which is one, and due to these memories it feels, as if dying from a world where there seems to be more than one and return to it again from that which is one is like having the slate wiped clean – or like the machinery of the body, which is the brain, has been rebooted.

First time I thought, I would become like those spaced-out persons considering themselves to be very spiritual. But after each reboot, I reappeared with a much stronger sense of the body – not because I believe to be in it, but because, that which I am is not in the world at all, and knowing that, it is so easy to pretend to be bodily.

I never do anything so-called spiritual. When I wake up in the mornings I go for a long walk, until I come to this point and return back home. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

I never do anything so-called spiritual like for example meditation. When I wake up in the mornings, I go for a long walk from where I often return home around here. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

There is no spirituality in a world where there seems to be more than one
At the few so-called spiritual lectures that I have ever attended, the lecturers entertained the audience with stories and conclusions based on a single extraordinary experience from their past, that they seemed to think had changed them into something spiritual. Also based on this experience they seemed to be convinced, that it is possible to fuse physicality and spirituality, which is just as absurd as saying, it is possible to always have day and night at the same time in the same place.

Just like a computer cannot contain the physical world except in a simulated version twisted into two-dimensional or fake 3D images, a world where there seems to be more than one cannot contain that which is one, except in a twisted version of something that appears to be identifiably by what and where it is in time and space. Infinity becomes a thing, that is relative to finite – as if infinity is something extremely big.

Spirituality is the formlessness of that which is one. What is formless is endless. In other words, there is no more than that which is one, so if you are reading this, you must be mistaken. The experience of an article and that you are having it is an illusion. Yet this illusion is only possible to experience due to that which is one, as there is no more than that, so if you stop believing what you experience is real, all that is left is that which is one.

Kind regards
Alexius

NOTE: This article is part of hack #6-7.1 From the inner senses through a black hole into that which is one.

Life has no secrets

There is nothing to search for. Searching comes from the desire of more, and there is no more than that which is one.

There is nothing to search for. Searching comes from the desire to be and have more than the oneness of life, but there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Life has no secrets. It is impossible because life is that which is one and it takes more than one to have a secret. So how come so many are wondering about what it is and where to find it. The answer lies in the previous sentence. Life is that which is one, so if you believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, you are without life. In other words, even though the oneness of life is used to experience a world where it seems to be divided into more than one, it is not there – just like a physical body is not in a dream, regardless being the host of it.

Though some like to think, that the word of god is something written, but there is nothing in the New Testament that indicates that. In fact the word of god can neither be written or spoken.

Some like to think, that The Word of God is something written, though nothing in the New Testament indicates that. Actually, The Word of God can neither be written or spoken. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

»In the origin The Word had been existing and That Word had been existing with God and That Word was himself God.« John 1:1, Aramaic Bible in Plain English.

Unfortunately most of those reading the New Testament think, that what is written there is ´The Word of God´. But as god is that which is one and it takes more than one to write or read, the New Testament has nothing to do with ´The Word of God´.

An echo of that which is one, however, can be heard and felt in a world where there seems to be more than one. Christianity calls it for The Word of God, and in Eastern religions, it is often symbolised by the words Aum and Sohang. You could say that the oneness of life sends out an echo of itself to call you home. This echo though does not reveal what oneness is, but what it is not, namely the nothingness in which you believe to be someone definitive in a tangible world. But as you have never left the oneness of life, since it is formless and therefore endless, it is, of course, a metaphor that it is calling you home.

Yet it seems possible to believe that you are someone definitive separated from the formlessness of oneness. This article is written within the context of this belief. In other words, it is within this context, hearing or feeling the echo of oneness is a call for going home.

This echo is not a sound with a beginning and end, so it is not a word that can be written or spoken. But it can be heard and felt, and that is very easy. Hardly anybody wants to hear or feel it though because to appear as someone special in a world where there seems to be more than one you must always be right since being wrong makes you appear to not be special. Not believing to be special is, however, the prerequisite for hearing and/or feeling the echo of oneness

Approaching the echo of oneness through ´The Word of God´ may be even more confusing than the endless chanting of ´Aum´ or ´Sohang´, as it is not a word that means anything.

No chanting or any other action like that is necessary to hear/feel the vibration, that is symbolized by the word Aum. It comes to you automatically, when you do not differentiate the sounds of the world but include them all. In other words, when you do not focus or concentrate.

No chanting or reading in scriptures is necessary to hear or feel the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises. It comes to you automatically, when the apparent difference of the vibes in the world does not make a difference, which they do not do if you do not try to exclude any of them, as if there are more than one. In other words, when you do not focus or concentrate on something specific you are not someone specific but the unpronounceable vibration Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The vibration that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises is …
… not a secret though it appears to be so if you are searching for an elitist understanding of it rather than actually hearing or feeling the vibration, which can be heard or felt whenever you do not focus on hearing or feeling something specific.

When you hear or feel the unpronounceable echo of oneness, the sense of being someone definitive disappears. Thus there is nothing to transform.

For ages people have been chanted Aum and Sohang or speculated about the meaning of The Word of God, assuming that if they just kept going on, the secret behind them would miraculous be revealed. But only the special self (read more about that here) looks for miracles because it thinks it is in charge of itself and it cannot make it. That which is one has no miracles to reveal because it takes more than one to reveal anything, and there is no more than that which is one.

Many may already have heard or felt the echo of oneness coming from the edge of the universe, but as they are biassed towards something mysterious and sensational, they do not pay attention to the quiet humming, that constantly is there, as it is the basis for the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one.

It only takes one ´chant´ of Aum or Sohang to hear of feel the echo of oneness. That is if you are not looking for peak experiences of an almighty god, love or something mysterious and sensational that can be mentally explained.

To tune into hearing the echo of oneness …
… first say the two letters of AUM very slowly and when you come to M, do not really say but whisper it until you say nothing and there is a gentle humming coming from somewhere in the distance. This is the echo of oneness.

This is the Hindi symbol of ´sohang´– grabbed on the web. <i>The graphic is grabbed from the web</i>.

The Hindi symbol of Sohang is grabbed from the web.

You can also get in touch with this distant humming by saying sohang – eventually combined with listening to the sound coming from the breath. Say so when breathing in, and after a tiny break say hang when breathing out. The so is not really important, except for tuning in. The same applies to the first part of hang. After having said so-ha(n) you remain on (a)ng at the end of breathing out, and then let the sound continue by itself – what remains without you saying anything is the humming, that is the echo of oneness.

Another way to hear the echo of life is to stop focusing on any sound in particular until you cannot distinguishing the sounds that you are hearing from each other. Hence they turn into one sound, namely the echo of oneness.

You do not have to sit in a certain posture to meditate, repeat a mantrachantpraywearing special clothes or be in a special place with special people where the air is polluted with incense to hear the echo of oneness, neither does there have to be stillness inside or outside of you. All you have to do is to be devoted to whatever you are appear to do.

One of the first times Alexius heard this humming from the edge of the universe, he was busy handing out flyers on a pedestrian street, and just like that the sum of all sounds turned into a distant humming that cancelled out the noise of the street – also the feeling of being there, as the sum of all feelings turned everything into a transparent one.

Knowing it is there, it is easier to connect with it
When Alexius was a child, he preferred the music from a radio station called Radio Luxembourg. It was very hard to tune into it in his native country Denmark because it was on a frequency located between two very noisy stations. But as he knew of its existence and also where to look, with much determination and the finest subtlety he succeeded in tuning into Radio Luxembourg.

If you wonder how it is possible to hear or feel a vibration coming from the edge of the universe, check out the article A perfect moment takes you back to the first moment of duality.

Likewise, you, in the same manner, should be able to tune into the echo of oneness, now that know about the humming of oneness from the edge of the universe. If there appear to be too much noise in the head – especially the left side can be full of noise from the working of the brain – listen to your right side without focusing on anything in specific.

To feel the echo of oneness
Apart from hearing the vibration, that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises, you can also feel it – especially if you are more emotional than audio minded. Just do the same steps as above but put more weight into feeling it. Feeling it can be compared to sensing your body purring like a cat, or like it trembles of fear but without fearing of anything, or shaking of coldness but more lightly and not feeling cold or anything else specifically, or feeling the effect of quickly drinking the foam of Coca-Cola which in this case is not limited to bubble or tingle in a specific part of the body or in that alone but all over.

In more intense moments it may feel like you are nothing but the vibration from an earthquake or from a big laundry machine on the spin cycle. It is not just in the body but also outside of it, as if there is no transition between it and the appearances that seem to be outside of it. If you do not panic but go with the flow of it, you forget about the body and anything outside of it, so there is no memory to hide, there is no more than the formlessness of oneness.

And as it takes more than one to be something, what you believe to be is no more. In other words, contrary to the experience of a mild tingling in the body, the intense version of it ends up in having no experience at all, since there is nobody to experience it. Normally the reflexes of fear for not being someone definitive quickly produce experiences of more than one, so you again appear to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

In the article Nothing can stop you on Highway One except your belief in a world where there seems to be more than one you can read more about how the enlightenment of that which is one terminates what you believe to be and how the fear of that makes you leave enlightenment and return to that belief.

That is what in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings is called the enlightenment of that which is one, but that is a story for another article, as this one is devoted to the experiences of it in the form of hearing or feeling the vibration that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolise. These experiences are not the enlightenment of that which is one but glimpses of it. See the appendix regarding the enlightenment of that which is one versus glimpses of it.

Feeling or hearing the echo of the primordial vibration is basically the same – like two sides of the same coin. It is not advisable though to encompass both at the same time. Well, it is possible to encompass any of them but to be encompassed by them one by one.

In the case of Alexius he is more into hearing than feeling, so it took him a long time to feel the echo of oneness, and when he finally did – after several years – the belief in being someone specific was momentarily undone, so there was nothing definable fencing off the aspect of feeling the enlightenment of that which is one, which you do not feel as there are no conscious of you being someone definitive.

See Last night I died again from the world, if you want to read about when Alexius finally died from the outer senses of feeling a world where there seems to be more than one.

nov-21-davidopeWhat does it sound like?
Some people complain that their neighbour is vacuuming while they are meditating, but most likely the neighbour is at sleep and it is not the sound of a vacuum cleaner you hear but the distant vibration from the edge of the universe that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises.

If you look for a big and special experience, you may brush off something so simple as the gentle humming coming from the edge of the universe and yet from nowhere. The humming can also be compared to the distant sound of the air conditioning in a big place like a supermarket or an airport. It can also be compared to the sound of a wave at the shore, that never stops going up.

Already familiar with the humming that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises, you do not tune into it all the time, if you still want to appear as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. But you may tune into it every now and then just to make sure you have not forgotten the key to the formlessness of oneness – just like you sometimes may check your pocket to hear or feel, that you have not forgotten the key to your physical home.

Life has nothing to give because life is that which is one and it takes more than one to give something
Let us return to the idea of the so-called secrets of life. What secrets does life hide? None. Were you asked to buy a book or take a special course to know what Aum, Sohang and The Word of God is a symbol of? No, and you did not have to wait until the end of the article to read about how to hear or feel the echo of life. You got it right away without beating about the bush.

If you have peculiar questions like, What is life and what is the meaning of it, you have separated yourself from it – or rather imagined that it is possible to do so because separation from that which is one is not possible, as there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

So whatever you imagine to be and have in a world where there seems to be more than one is not real. Yet you like to believe, that if you try hard enough, life will reveal its secret reality to you. But life has nothing to reveal because life is that which is one and it takes more than one to reveal anything.

The above article is Alexius´ way of communicating, how you actually can hear and feel an echo of oneness. To use ´Aum´ or ´Sohang´ as a stepping stone for that is not a new idea, but so far it has mostly been promoted in mysterious ways by people, who do not hear or feel it themselves, but hope that if they repeat those words again and again a miracle will happen. Looking for that, however, they will miss the gentle humming coming from the edge of the universe.

It was not through the words ´Aum´ or ´Sohang´ that Alexius started to hear or feel the humming, that they symbolise. Since his teenage years he has been used to being ´lifted´ by this humming – for example while watching a movie, having a walk with his parents or sitting all by himself in a park. And so when he was about 40 years old it suddenly dawned on him, that this is what people are trying to reach, when chanting ´Aum´ or ´Sohang´.

It is not about reaching it though, but to tune into it so that it reaches you. When Alexius can do this so can you, because even though you may appear to be different from him, what makes it possible for the two of you to experience you are different is the same, namely the formlessness of oneness from where this humming comes.

APPENDIX:
As it takes more than one to experience something, the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be experienced. Yet glimpses of it can be experienced in the form of seeing, hearing, feeling or tasting it. In other words, to hear or feel the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises is to have a glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one.

The article Beyond the senses – or the outer senses versus the inner ones elaborates on the enlightenment of that which is one versus glimpses of it. Below are links to articles that go more in-depth with this, and also the other aspects of having glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one:

NOTE: This article is part of hack #6-7.1 From the inner senses through a black hole into that which is one.

Are there degrees of enlightenment?

Enlightenment can also be felt and heard in several degrees. AUM can open your inner ear.

The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be experienced but glimpses of it can if you partly let go of the personality. It will seem to happen in degrees because as long as there appears to be an ´I´ that thinks it has the power to let go of anything, you hang onto the person, you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The answer to the question in the headline is both yes and no. Before I start to elaborate on this, I like to remind you that if two people drink the exact same cup of tea, they will most likely describe it differently. Maybe one of them talks about it in a very ecstatic way and the other one in a very down-to-earth way. Still, it is the same tea, so – in the context of this metaphor – please focus on the tea and not the description, when you read this article.

In the enlightenment of that which is one everything happens in such a speed that there is no way for the mind to do its usual thing of labelling and categorising in order to put everything appear into understandable boxes. This is an after rationalisation because there is nobody in the enlightenment of that which is one to think of such a thing or to be aware of the world, so it is just not there.

This enlightenment is not an experience, neither a state, as there is no ´I´ in it to be aware of something, It is that which is one, and there are no degrees of it. How long time it lasts in the context of linear time is not to say, because it is one perpetual present.

To rise again from the dead, as it feels like when returning from the enlightenment of that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one, you again appear to be someone definitive. Yet, this is not something you believe to be but pretend to be. But whether you believe or pretend to be there, it is something that requires more than one, and so it seems to hide the enlightenment of that which is one.

You can compare it to activating an app on your computer or smart media. When you do it, the desktop – although still there – is hidden until you turn off the app again.

Alexius is like every other person in the world not perfect. But unlike most others he knows, it is not possible to be perfect, because that requires more than one and there is no more than that which is one.

Alexius was very young when the belief in being someone definitive for the first time momentarily was turned off. He did not know about the enlightenment of that which is one from books or anywhere else, and he did not consider himself to have – what the purist may call – a pure mind or body. He probably still doe not has that, because the enlightenment of that which is one does not change anything in the world. Nothing is transformed into peace, love, purity or whatever. There is no more than that which is one, so there is not something to transform. That is the revelation of enlightenment – and there are no degrees in that.

Balance is a concept invented, so that you can always feel out of balance and therefore constantly is occupied trying to get it. Being on a mission like that, you do not have time to see that there is no balance in an illusion – neither btw in that which is real. Reality is one and it takes two to have a balance.

Balance is a concept invented, so that you can always feel out of balance and therefore constantly being occupied by trying to get it right. On a mission like that, you do not have time to see that there is no balance in an illusion – neither by the way in that which is real, because reality is one and it takes more than one to be in balance. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Spiritual wannabe´s try to follow special ideas like for example the concept of balance – as if there is any balance in an illusionary world – so that when they have achieved the right balance they are considered spiritual, which they imagine is manifested by them moving at a very slow pace. This state of numbness they have decided is to be in higher consciousness. Yet high consciousness is as illusory as low, as it takes more than one to be have something. If instead they acknowledged, that they do not know what and where they are, the enlightenment of that which is one comes so fast, that the mind has no time to distinguish anything and therefore forget about concepts of spirituality and whatnot.

He has no answer to questions like how come he bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, or how come he returned to the world again. All he can say is that at this very moment, he is writing this article in a world, that seems to be full of degrees. So yes, in such a world you can experience degrees of enlightenment. But they are not the enlightenment of that which is one though, but glimpses of it.

When he was a child, he was not allowed to see the fully decorated Christmas tree before Christmas Eve. But he took some sneak peeks through the keyhole in the door and was very amazed by the light he saw. Those sneak peeks can be compared to glimpses of enlightenment. You are still in your normal world from where you have glimpses of something very different.

In the context of this metaphor, it is not only the beautiful light from all the candles, you experience looking through the keyhole, you can also hear all the glitter move on the green leaves. Actually, if you are more audio than visual-minded, it might be these sounds, that bliss you out rather than the light.

Apart from the visual and audiovisual aspects of the enlightenment of that which is one, there are also aspects of feeling and tasting it. You do not, however, need to follow all the aspects to come back to that which is the oneness of you. One aspect will do. Personally, I have followed the visual and emotional aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one in the non-degree version. Yet, as it is one perpetual present, it cannot be brought back into a world of linear time, so there are just vague memories of it.

Glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one is experienced through the inner senses when the outer ones are partly closed. And just like ordinary experiences, there are degrees of them, and they can be remembered in the world of the outer senses. These glimpses come to him daily in various degrees of the four aspects of the enlightenment of that which is one. The easiest one – in his case – is the emotional experience of hearing and feeling the sound that Aum or Sohang symbolises.

It sounds and feels like the vibrations from an enormous vacuum cleaner or the ventilation plant in an airport. I have met people who have heard this humming when meditating but disregarded it as a sound coming from their neighbour hovering. People are spending so much time repeating Aum or Sohang in expectation of something mysterious to happen when all they have to do is to repeat it a few times to get in tune with the humming floating on top of the ´end´ of the word. You can read the practical instruction on how to do this in this article.

The word Aum or Sohang can be compared to the control knob on an analogue radio, that you use to fine-tune into hearing just one station. When you have gotten it, you do not need the control knob – or in this case, the word Aum or Sohang to hear the echo of that which is one. If you hear or feel the humming of that which is one, while still aware of the world, it is a glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one, which is revealed in degrees depending on how much you are unaware of a world, where there seems to be more than one.

All degrees of enlightenment are experiences, and any experience is part of the illusion of the world. It seems, however, that these degrees of enlightenment bring you closer to the beginning of the world – before the big bang – which often is experienced as a paradise full of ecstasy and bliss. Yet as any all other experiences these also have an end. So does this article.

The mind may expect a conclusion to the above, but there is none – and if you do not try to make one yourself, you are on the way to experience glimpses of enlightenment. You can read how to speed it up in this article.

I am the Destroyer of Worlds!

Painting with reflections of light on my iPhone

After a long, intense night of driving taxi many years ago, I forgot what and where I was, and so there was nothing to hide the enlightenment of that which is one.

In the enlightenment of that which is one there is nothing but bright white light, and everything ´happens´ so fast, that there is no time to think and hold onto concepts of eternity, love, stillness and whatnot.

When I later read The New Testament and Bhagavad Gita, there were passages, that triggered memories of the enlightenment of that which is one. The memories are vague, though because Alexius did not experience it. The enlightenment of that which is one is formless so nothing definable can enter it. Yet there are vague memories of something indefinable, and so Alexius is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

»I have become the destroyer of worlds«
The enlightenment of
that which is one is enlightenment in a very literal sense, like when Jesus said: When your eyes become single your whole body will be full of light – or like St. Paul, when he was blinded by light – or like Arjuna according to Bhagavad Gita said after having been initiated by Krishna: »It is brighter than thousands of suns. I have become the destroyer of worlds …«

A dream can be compared to a simulated world meanwhile layered on top that which is real. As long as you believe the simulated world to be real, it will seem to cover that which is real, as if it does not exist.

The world is not there anymore. Not because it has been destroyed, but just because it was never there – except as an imagination, which is not possible to have in that which is one, as that requires more than one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

In the enlightenment of that which is one, the world is not there anymore. Not because it has been destroyed, but just because it was never there – except as an imagination, which is not possible to have in that which is one, as that requires more than one to imagine something. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

I would not put it like that myself, because there is nobody in the enlightenment of that which is one, so there is not a body to be full of light, neither a world to destroy. The world is just not there, and there is no memory of it ever having been there. It is like a dream that is no more when you wake up in the morning.

The translations of both The New Testament and Bhagavad Gita differs from translator to translator, and as the above quotes are from memory, they may not be the exact words in your addition. But it does not really matter, because regardless of how you speak about it, the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be described. In other words, what is said about it in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings should not be taken as the real thing, but pointers towards it.

Imagine you want to describe an orange to somebody who has never seen or tasted an orange. Maybe you say it has the colour of an orange sunset, is round like a ball and taste as sweetened water. Yet the person, that you have given this description, will never find out what an orange is by drinking sweet water from a rounded cup at sunset.

You have to see and taste it yourself to know what it is – and in terms of the enlightenment of that which is one, you will never know, because a person cannot be enlightened. You as a person is gone in the enlightenment of that which is one. There is nobody there to experience it – that is why it cannot be known.

No god to see in the world and nothing to find
Some think the enlightenment of that which is one is to see god in everyone. This is delusional, there is no god in the world. In the context of god and the world, just think of electricity lightening up a room via a bulb. You see the room due to the power of electricity. Yet you cannot see electricity itself, because it is not in the room illuminated by the bulb. But there is no god either in the enlightenment of that which is one, except if you use the word in its original meaning, namely one perpetual present.

If you return to the world after the enlightenment of that which is one, there is no more need to search for the meaning of life, because you know there is no more than that which is one and so there is no life a world, where it seems to be more than one. Besides to search for something requires more than one, so whatever you think you find is not real.

473ab673-5995-4175-96a8-ef93e44afbe8The freedom to be a person
One who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one has no need to be forgiven or loved, because there is no ´I´ deciding what to do and therefore nobody to forgive or love. But when there is no ´I´ to protect and preserve, there is the freedom to pretend to be anyone, so in the context of a game like Monopoly, you may appear to be a red car one day and a blue one another day.

To make long short: There is no need to keep together an appearance of someone with coherent opinions and behaviour. You are free to use the ´I´ as the personality, you fancy. It is merely a tool you use like your leg, hand eyes, and so on.

Some personalities I have pretended to be for a while: Child, Teenager, Taxi driver, Monk, Husband, Daddy, Adult, Business Man, Millionaire, DJ, Designer, Teacher, Photographer and recently: Non-teacher.

Enlightenment is not of a world where there seems to be more than one
Regarding the enlightenment of that which is one, it is best to forget everything you have ever heard or read about it – including what is said in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. Any idea of any form that you might think it has is wrong. It has no shape, it is formless. Yet, if you look for something formless, you still look for something. But if you do not believe to be someone definitive – or do not care about it – there is not something definable to hide it.

Please note that I am in no way postulating the above statements are the perfect way to put it – there is no such thing as perfection in a world where there seems to be more than one – so if you look for inconsistencies, misspelling or whatever, you may find it, but if you look for pointers to the enlightenment of that which is one, you may also find that.

Kind regards
Alexius

NOTE: Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings talks about two kinds of enlightenment, namely the enlightenment of that which is one, which cannot be experienced, as that requires more than one, and glimpses of it, which is experienced through the inner senses when the outer ones are partly closed.

How come I  write Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings? Dunno. Maybe it is like nature, that keeps on spreading its seeds, whether they sprout or not, because the purpose is to freely give away everything received, as in doing so everything is received. What more can I ask!

This article is part of hack #6-7.1 From the inner senses through a black hole into that which is one.

Enlightenment of that which is one and the fear of it

Why do the oranges fall down from the trees outside the house of Alexius every November? The answer is simple, it is the season for that. Likewise, it seems to be the season for Alexius to write an article about bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one and the fear it may involve.

Enlightenment of that which is one is not of a world where there seems to be more than one
The enlightenment of that which is one does not result in some kind of spiritual understanding or connection with a higher being. Actually, it results in nothing, because it takes more than one to be or have something.

As it also takes more than one to return to that which is one, there is no help to get from it. Besides, it does not know that you believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. It is not possible, because that which is one is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than that which is one. But it is possible to imagine being someone specific in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Most books or lectures about the enlightenment of that which is one are based on speculations of how to exclude what is judged as bad in order become full of light and joy. But to exclude is to separate and therefore an enhancement of the belief in being someone definitive – and nothing definable can enter the enlightenment of that which is one .

The enlightenment of that which is one can be compared to taking a ride in a fairground carousel so fast, that the mind has to give up seeing any differences at all. Consequently it is not possible to remain as someone definitive and so there is therefore nobody to experience the enlightenment of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The enlightenment of that which is one can be compared to taking a ride in a fairground carousel moving so fast, that the brain has to give up making experiences of differences. Consequently, it is not possible to remain as someone definitive, and so there is nobody to experience the enlightenment of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The enlightenment of that which is one undoes this imagination. Yet it is not an experience, neither a state of mind or some kind of being or consciousness, as it takes more than one to experience or be something. It can be compared to taking a ride in a fairground carousel moving so fast that the mind has to give up producing an ´I´ that is experiencing it.

Well, there is no mind at all in the enlightenment of that which is one. There is just one bright light. Not a light though that lightens up anything, as that would require more than one. For the same reason, there is no memory at all of a world where there seems to be more than one.

All articles in this blog arecolored by my personality.

In other words, the imagination of being someone definitive is wiped out by the enlightenment of that which is one, so there is nobody left to experience bliss or anything else. Therefore, what he is about to tell is not based on his experience of the enlightenment of that which is one, but vague memories of it.

His memories may seem to imply, the enlightenment of that which is one is a sequence of events happening in linear time, but that is only because one perpetual present cannot be described in a world of linear time. And even though it is described as it ´happened´ many years ago, in non-linear time, it is still ´happening´. In other words, his description may be a mix of several ´excursions´ from linear time into one perpetual present.

An early morning, when he was 22 years old, he bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one after having intensely worked as a taxi driver for about 15 hours. Somehow the sum of the images from driving around the streets continually looking for customers turned the world into something less definable and more blurry. As he had no energy left to establish a focus of the world, he was sucked into by a spiralling show of psychedelic light, that did not seem to come from anywhere.

All info of someone definitive is extracted by either the light, sound, feeling or taste of the enlightenment of that which is one, so that there is nobody to be sucked through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one, where there is neither chaos or order, as that would require more than one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

All info of someone definitive is extracted by either the light, sound, feeling or taste of the enlightenment of that which is one, so that there is nobody to be sucked through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one, where there is neither chaos or order, as that requires more than one. Most though try to avoid loosing their identity by identifying the black hole as something definitive, so that they remain someone definitive as well and cannot be sucked into the formlessness of that which is one. If so they are not bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, but just having glimpses** of it. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The enlightenment of that which is one is to be compared to the fusion of all lights, or sounds, or emotions, or tastes – depending on our preference as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

None of these fusions are the formlessness of that which is one. They are merely tools for attracting you to the extent, that you do not fight it, when all the thoughts collected to fabricate your personality are extracted by it, so that there is not something definable to be sucked through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one.

This article is about the first time the belief in being someone definitive momentarily was undone for Alexius, so the enlightenment of that which is one was bid welcome. It is the most known aspect* of it, namely light, that was bid welcome. Later its other aspects* – sound, emotion and taste –was also bid welcome. Not as a mix though  but one by one. It is not possible to mix something in the enlightenment of that which is one, as that requires more than one.

I assume it is not necessary to bid welcome all the aspects* of the enlightenment of that which is one, but that one of them is sufficient in regards to completely forget the imagination of a world where there seems tl be more than one.

Suddenly a black spot with no fixed location, nor a fixed form, looking like a horse head or an embryo showed up. And then a completely colourless light – brighter than the coloured light outside the black spot – started to show as a ring outside the edges of the black spot, that must have been a hole, as colourless light exploded out of it.

This light took over everything, as it was everywhere and yet nowhere. And just like that extracted the concept of Alexius and a world where there seems to be more than one and left it at the edge of the black hole, so the nothingness of him gracefully was falling through it into the formlessness of that which is one. If it was falling or floating he cannot recall because everything happened simultaneously, but there is a sense of forever falling while at the time floating in a space that was not there – and then in the exact same moment as forever falling there was nothing.

That is all folks. There is no more to tell. At this point, the enlightenment of that which is one is over, and there is nothing but the formlessness of that which is one, as it is called in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. It is not a big void of nothing filled with exotic ideas of unconditional love and whatnot. On the contrary. It is not filled with anything since that requires more than one

There is nothing to disturb you in that which is one, because there is no more than one. It is so simple compared to the peace fabricated in a world where there seems to be more than one, as that is always based on having to exclude something disturbing.

Thus it is neither peaceful or anything else. Metaphorically speaking the speed of it is so fast that it is not possible to differentiate anything. The conception of separation is not possible, so there is not something to see, nor anyone to see this. That is why stillness is not needed. Fortunately, because it is incredibly noisy – and then again all the noise is so loud, that it merges into one sound, all lights into one light, all emotions into one feeling and all tastes into one taste, that last no time.

This is not to be understood as the enlightenment of that which is a mix of light, sound, emotion and taste. These are four aspects* of it, but you only bid one of them welcome at a time. It does not matter which one of them. They all have the same purpose. Namely to attract you to such an extent, that you cannot help but let them extract all thoughts making it appear as if you are someone definitive and leave them at the edge of a black hole so that there is nothing definable to be sucked through it into the formlessness of that which is one.

It is, of course, a metaphor to say, oneness is on the other side of a black hole, as it is formless and therefore without end, inside or outside – also without size.

Dunno if there is a spiral around the black hole of the enlightenment of that which is one, because being that close nothing seems to differ from each other. Yet for a moment so short, that it is not conceivable, a light inside the edge of the black hole so much brighter that the very bright light around it, suddenly explodes into a formless light that does not include Alexius but the formlessness of that which I am. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

I seem to remember a spiral around a black hole in the enlightenment of that which is one. I do not remember it exactly as in this image – either because everything was moving so fast or I was so close that nothing seemed to differ from each other. Yet for a moment so short, that it is not conceivable, a light inside the edge of the black hole – so much brighter than the very bright light around it – suddenly like thousands of atomic bombs exploded into a formless light that erased anything definable, so what ´happened´ after being sucked by this light through a black hole I cannot tell, neither can I find any image on the web that can illustrate the vague memories of the nothingness of everything. Fortunately, you can go there yourself – or rather stop going anywhere. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The enlightenment of that which is one is unexplainable
When the belief in being Alexius momentarily was undone, and the enlightenment of that which is one was bid welcome, he had never seen a black hole before (and fortunately he did not see it in the enlightenment of that which is one, as otherwise, he would have bounced back to a world defined by time and space), so description of the entrance to that which is one as a black hole is made in retrospect. And calling it an entrance is a metaphor because there is neither an entrance or an exit to that which is endless.

Actually, it was not before much later, when he saw pictures of black holes from far out in the universe, that he sensed how familiar they were – much more than appearing to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be explained in a world, as it takes more than one to explain something

Describing the enlightenment of that which is one in a world, where there seems to be more than one, is not possible, because even though so much is happening nothing is happening because it is one perpetual present.

To bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, you, of course, do not have to drive a taxi all night or be in ´a deep sleep´ like Buddha supposedly described it. Whatever way you lose focus or stop defining and labelling will do in regards to bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one. Meditation though may work against this because many use it to concentrate and focus in an attempt to achieve something specific – and anything definable fence of the enlightenment of that which is one.

The return from that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one
How come Alexius returned to a world where there seems to be more than one after the enlightenment of that which is one? According to legend Buddha returned out of compassion for others. If this is the case for Alexius, he is not aware of it. But why should he return out of compassion for others, when there is no more than that which is one.

You must come emptyhanded.

You must come, empty-handed. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Jesus, who also seemed to return, said that going to heaven – assuming that by going there meant to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one – is more difficult than for a camel to go through an eye of a needle. And in ancient scriptures of India, it is often said that you have to come empty-handed.

It seems that a person momentarily can forget to uphold the believe in being someone definitive so that there is not something definable to go through the eye of a needle into the enlightenment of that which is one – but it also seems, this eye of a needle is just big enough for a slight leftover of the belief in being someone definitive to pass through, and that this little piece will fear being entirely annihilated by the formlessness of that which is one.

To defend itself against this, it hangs onto anything that it can define as something, and by doing so you are back as someone definitive in a world limited by time and space, where things happen at such a slow speed, that there is plenty of time to realise, there is nothing to fear if you do not believe to be someone definitive, as then there is nothing to annihilate.

We cannot know how come, Buddha and Jesus returned to a world where there seems to be more than one in order to appear as if they were somebody specific there, but from also having returned Alexius knows there is nobody to help in such a world and nothing to heal but the sick belief, that something appearing to be definable can block out the formlessness of oneness.

Maybe he wanted to be reestablished as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, so he could escape what was perceived to be a relentless power taking away his free will and totally wipe out what he believed to be, which is also true as seen from the point of believing to be someone definitive. But if you do not uphold this belief, there is no free will to take away or anybody conceivable to wipe out – and therefore nothing to fear.

Seen from the perspective of that which is one, which is only possible metaphorically speaking as it takes more than one to see something, nothing is taken away or wiped out, because there is no more than that which is one.

Fearing something as if it is outside of yourself is only possible, because you believe to be and have more than that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Fearing something, as if it is outside of yourself, is only possible because you believe to be and have more than that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Without the belief in being someone, there is no annihilation to fear
Fear of annihilation, as talked about in the above, is often related to an authority problem. In the case of Alexius, he perceived his father and later other authority figures as somebody determined to take away his free will and incorporate him like a satellite in their world.

If such a perception is correct or not is not the matter. Freedom is only a problem if you have chosen to believe that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Without this belief, there is no more than that which is one, and therefore nothing to take away anything.

It is not possible though to completely stop believing that you are someone definitive while appearing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one because otherwise, it would not appear to be there. It is also not possible to solve all unsolved issues with others, as being someone specific is based upon having those problems.

But it is possible to realise, that problems are simply something you pretend to have in order to appear as someone definitive, so when the enlightenment of that which is one exposes them, there is no reason to take the fear of being annihilated by an omnipresent power serious, because the problems are not yours but something you pretend to have.

Another straightforward way to undo the belief in being someone specific is to see everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one. When you as a person in the world is nothing but a symbol, it is not fearful when this symbol is erased by the enlightenment of that which is one, so only that which it symbolises is left. You can read more about this in hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life.

To see that being someone definitive is nothing but make-believe, you must first acknowledge, that you think, you know what and where you are – and that you therefore are mistaken.

The fastest way to undo the belief in being someone at all is to realise that you do not know what and where you are. When there is not someone to be conscious about someone definitive, there is nothing to lose or let go off.

The above ways of undoing the belief in being someone definitive does not require enlightenment. It definitely helps, but the despair of appearing to be someone in a capsule of time and space is just as good a prerequisite.

How come it seems, that I am wearing a sun-hat?It could be that,it is the season for hats.

How come it seems that I am wearing a sun-hat? Guess it is because it is always the season for that, where I appear to be. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

A season for everything
That there is a way to undo the belief in being someone definitive, may be an obstacle in itself, because ultimately speaking there is nothing to undo and nobody to return to the formlessness of oneness, as there is no more than that which is one. So maybe Alexius just appeared to return from the enlightenment of that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one because it was the season for such imagination. And maybe one day it is the season imagination is over so that there is no imagination to hide the unimaginable, namely that which is one. Do not know, and it does not really matter, because there is no more than that which is one, regardless of seasons or whatever else imagined that requires more than one.

*) The article is about the most known aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one, namely light. Whatever aspect that comes to you when you bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one depends on your preferences as someone definitive. If you, for example, are very visual, light is what comes to extract all definable traits of yours, so there is not something to be sucked through a black hole into that which is one. You can read about the other aspects in the article Last night I died again from the world and in the articles in the below list.

NOTES:

  • This article about the enlightenment of that which is one and the fear of it shall in no way be taken as Alexius´ thoughts about the truth, or conclusions he has made based on experiences, readings or lectures. He does not thrust experiences and hardly ever read books or attend conferences, but most of all, he cannot think! In other words, this article does not consist of his thoughts, but those that passed by one day a long time ago. That is all.

Eyes do not see, they translate

Our eyes cannot see anything at all. The tangible world we believe in looking at is a construction of thoughts compound by the brain based on the reflections of light that it claims passes through our eyes. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Even though the digital photos in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings seem to differ from each other and each has their own story, they are the same in the sense that they all consist of nothing but the same zeros and ones. And the images do not seem to be different from each other before an app translates specific mixes of zeros and ones into different photos reminiscent of the world where we experience to be as separated beings.

This translation of zeros and ones into images that we seem to recognise as something from the world where we believe to makes us forget, that the raw data of each image consist of the exact same zeros and ones and that there would be absolutely nothing to see if they had not been rendered by an app.

This does not only apply to digital images but anything that appears to be different from something else, regardless it seems to be inanimate or animate, spiritual or physical and whatnot. In the world where we believe to be, the app doing this is the brain. It translates nothing into something that seems tangible.

»Your eye is like a camera … Photons pass through your lens, which focuses them onto a spot at the back of your retina. There, specialised photoreceptive structures called rods and cones convert these photons into electromagnetic impulses that your brain interprets as shapes, colours, and textures.« From an article in Wired.

First, an app translates zeros and ones into frequencies, that seem to reach your eyes from your screen. Then those frequencies are converted by the brain into something that looks like you expect the world to be. Lastly, you perceive that as it is made by the brain or try to make a better version of it. See hack #4.2 The basic self versus the special onePhoto © Alexius Jorgensen.

The human eyes can be compared to a digital camera, that contrary to an analogue camera does not make images on a film inside of it. Instead, it records the data – called RAW – of light coming through the lens when the shutter button is pressed.

This data, however, cannot be seen as an image on the screen of the camera before it is converted by a built-in app into the contrasts that define a world where there seems to be more than one. Technically speaking this is most often done by rendering RAW into a JPEG file.

If the raw data received by the eyes or any other sense is not translated by the brain into something perceivable, there does not appear to be someone experiencing anything.

Likewise, there is nowhere inside the head of us, where the light recorded by the eyes is processed into an image like in an analogue camera. The data or frequencies of light captured by the eyes can only be seen as an image reminiscent of the world where we believe to be when the brain has fabricated such an image by translating the data it collects from three taps in the eyes, that respectively record red, green and blue frequencies.

Since it takes time for the brain to process the information it gets from the eyes in a specific moment, it sorts the received information into categories and only use those needed to make up the image it wants you to see. The time delay in processing, it extrapolates so it does not seem to interfere with what you perceive to be happening now.

You can read more about that in the articles You want to be deceived, and so you are and Duality is a simulated reality on top of non-duality.

Facebook can now automatically write captions on images, that can be read by blind people, so their brain can use this info to construct an image inside of them as if they actually see the image on Facebook. The graphic is grabbed from an article in Wired.

As it always takes the brain about one second to accomplish this, our conscious experience of now is a construction of thoughts about what happened one second ago – also if we believe in coming from the heart and whatnot. Thus we do not see but think that we are somebody in a world where there seems to be more than one. Read more about that here.

It is quite similar to how artificial intelligence automatically generates an audio caption on a photo in the News Feed for blind people on Facebook so they can fabricate an image of a pizza, for example, themselves. The image is, by the way, grabbed from an article in Wired about this.

The blind ones, however, will not know if artificial intelligence always gets it right. Neither will they or the ´seeing´ ones understand that the brain never gets it right when it produces experiences of a world where there seems to be more than one because there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

So in the context of that which is one you do not see this article since it takes more than one to see something. But nor do you in the context of a world where there seems to be more than one. Everything on the screen, where you believe to see this article, consists of zeros and ones added together in entirely meaningless ways.

You only seem to see this nothingness as something, because your electronic device has a system, that translates it into wavelengths of light which reach your eyes in ways that the brain, in this case, turns into letters forming English words.

The brain is translating the raw data coming through the eyes into experiences that seem to be tangible. But it is all make-believe.

Reading these words in a country where the internet is censored, some of them may have been changed or left out. And if not, you have most definitely left out some yourself, so you can twist Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings into something that fits your perception of the world. See also The closer you look, the less you believe what you see is real.

In other words, the article, that you think you are reading, is not the article that Alexius wrote. What you believe to be reading is based on how you perceive the brains translation of the article that your browser has rendered from HTML, which is one of the languages an electronic media uses to convert its mess of zeros and ones into something that appears to make sense. Read more about that here.

If you experience to be run in a dream, you are mistaken. You are not in the dream but in your bed adding thoughts together in such a way that you perceive yourself to be running in a non-existing world. The same applies to everything you believe to experience in a world where there seems to be more than one. You are not there because there is no more that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

In other words, what you believe to read is made up in your brain. Just like when you have vertigo and experience the world to spin around you. It is not spinning around you. Only in your head. It is something the brain makes up. And so is, for example, feeling loved or rejected. Those feelings are the same in the sense that they are not caused by anything else than electrical impulses in your head. This applies to all experiences, including those perceived to be divine or spiritual. See All experiences are equally unreal.

You can compare the experience of living in a world where there seems to be more than one to using a flight simulator. You are not flying at all. It is an illusion.

Neither humans or self-driving cars actually see the world where they appear to be but what their master, respectively the brain and The Cloud, based on the info coming from their senses, decides for them to see. And as you can ´see´ in this image of how a self-driving car perceives the world, it is entirely different from how you believe to see it. The graphic is grabbed from Wired.

What you ´see´ can be compared to what a self-driving car sees, namely nothing manipulated into something. The info received from the sensors of the self-driving car is shaped by The Cloud into what it wants the car to ´see´ and respond to as it is real. Read more about that here.

Whether you seem to see something in a movie or what appears to be a world outside of you, it is an experience fabricated by the brain. So if someone is seen as sad, it does not mean that this is so but that this is how a certain wavelength is interpreted by the brain.

Believing to see something can also be compared to how the artificial intelligence (AI) that Facebook and Google use to sort your photos is programmed to recognise your pictures. Even though all data in an electronic media consists of nothing but zeros and ones, artificial intelligence is programmed to experience special combinations of them as if they are substantial entities. The more it ´sees´ those entities, that it defines as human beings, the more it learns to interpret a particular facial expression as a special emotion. Thus it experiences to ´feel´ what it ´sees´ and, therefore, that it can relate to the persons in the photos as if it is one of them.

But since an artificial intelligence does not exist as somebody, nobody is relating to anybody. It is just layer upon layer of algorithms, that collects data and put them together in the same way like the human brain compiles thoughts to make it appear as if there is a tangible world where there is nothing but empty space.

When a smartphone recognises your face it does not mean that it sees you. In the case of Apple, for example, it registers the electrical impulses from a grid of 30,000 invisible dots which has been projected onto your face to create a 3-D map of your facial topography. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The brain uses the very same organ to fabricate all the apparently different experiences that it makes you conscious of. So if you split them into imaginative or real, for example, you are mistaken. All experiences are all make-believe.

In other words, the experience of a world defined by time and space is a construction of thoughts made by nobody from out of nothing – or as science states, the world consists of 99.9999999 per cent empty space and the rest, that we perceive as elements of matter making up a tangible world, is also blank.

»The app helps people who are blind or losing their sight ´feel´ smiles. The app uses facial recognition to find a face and then vibrates in the user’s hand to let them know that the person they’re talking with is smiling.« From an article in Wired.

The person you believe to be is blind, deaf and numb. What you experience to see, hear feel and taste, regardless it appears to be spiritual or mundane, is nothing but electrical impulses. They do not mean anything at all unless the brain manipulates them into something that appears to be a smile, for example.

The brain is like an app in a wearable device for blind people. It uses facial recognition to find a face and tells you when the algorithm suggest that it smiles, so the blind can have an experience of ´seeing´ and/or ´feeling´a smiling face.

Most insist that this construction of thoughts is set in motion by something. Religions claim it is done by god and many gurus stand firm on the belief that higher consciousness is behind it and you will find it if you meditate or chant, for example. But since reality is that which is one, and it takes more than one to find something, only that which is not real can be found.

Ultimately speaking, the above is just another construction of thoughts, that is as illusionary as anyone else. Yet this illusion accepts, that it is not real, as it requires more than one to write, read, realise or understand it, and reality is that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

Thus it does not claim to expose what is real, but what is not real, so you stop to believe that there is something to see where there is nothing, and this belief, therefore, does not appear to hide there is no more than that which is one.

NOTE: The above about eyes applies to all the senses. If you are tone-deaf, for example, it is not due to a problem in the ear but the brain, which is unable to find the right equation in the music.

The article is part of hack #5.1 Eyes cannot see, which is about the brain fooling you into believing that you see, hear, feel and taste a tangible world where there is nothing but empty space. See also the below articles

Phasing out the personality

Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

According to science the world, that is experienced to be substantial, is nothing but empty space. Thus what you and others appear to be is make-believe – including being spiritual and whatnot.

To be or not to be is only a question in a world defined by time and space. In the formlessness of oneness there is no existence or consciousness, since that requires more than one.

In other words, that which is you is not in a world defined by time and space, neither is anything else. That is why nothing needs to be done, understood or learned in the context of undoing the belief that you are ´there´. On the contrary, because the undoing of this belief comes from not having an investment in doing or understanding anything at all since that leaves no ´I´ with a need to be someone specific.

When there is no attachment to a specific personality – whether it appears to be your own or somebody else´s – the apparent problems in a world defined by time and space is not experienced to be personal. This does not necessarily mean, that nothing is being done about anything, but that nobody is doing it.

Insisting on doing things in your own way and speed, you can never be happy, because only the special self has its own way, and that never makes you happy (read more about that here). Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

And so there is no ´I´ using an apparent success, realisation or conclusion to further built up the personality. Instead, results are used to grasp, that regardless of no personal investments in the achievement of specific goals, something appears to be accomplished.

In oneness there is no way of your own, neither anything to open up to, since that requires you to be someone definitive and oneness is formless. Hence it is only in a world experienced as if it is defined by time and space, that you appear to have a way of your own and something to open up to.

But as oneness is formless it is endless, so there is no world defined by time and space. In other words, insisting in going your own way in your own speed is to believe, you are someone in a world that does not exist. Such a belief entails suffering.

Hence there is no need to hang onto a specific personality in order to do things in your own way and speed, and so the belief that you are someone definitive in a world defined by time and space can safely be phased out.

Nobody has a problem, when the personality is not used to enhance the believe in being someone.

As there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless, it is, of course, meaningless, to talk about phasing out the personality – or to talk about anything at all.  Yet in the context of believing to be a person in a world defined by time and space, it is beneficial not to enforce this belief but phasing it out. That is, if you do not want it to hide, that the formlessness of that which is one is no different from that which is you.

Tin order for you to win somebody else must lose so the loser can function as a contrast showcasing you as the winner. If this contrast, however, is included*, the apparent difference between winning and losing makes no difference. Hence there is nothing to define the personality as neither a winner or a loser, and so the belief that it is you is phased out. The graphic is grabbed from Ello.

NOTA BENE:
The personality is constructed by excluding what is judged to be bad from what you believe to be by projecting it on somebody you perceive to be different from you, for example due to colour, culture, clothes or haircut. Hence they as the bad ones become a contrasting background for you as the good one. But to keep up this image of you as the good one, you must always look for something bad in a world judged to be outside of you.

If you, on the other hand, do not exclude what is judged to be bad by projecting it onto others, there does not seem to somebody who can attest to you as the good one. Hence you cannot uphold the belief in being someone definitive and so nothing appears to hide the formlessness of oneness. That is if nothing else is excluded. In most cases, though not excluding something at all but including everything does not happen overnight. No worries. Time is an illusion, so the moment you are willing to include everything*, the personality is phased out – also if this appears to happen over time in a world perceived to be outside of you.

*) See Inclusiveness is a state of not-knowing – and that is pure bliss about how to include a contrast to entering a state of not knowing, and check Willingness to not exclude but include undoes the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one about willingness.

NOTE: This article is part of hack #3.4 Phasing out the personality by not being exclusive.

Nobody can leave a world where there seems to be more than one

As Alexius did not care about his appearance on this selfie, there was no need of using thoughts to construct a specific look of a non-teacher. This does not mean that there were no thoughts at all. There probably was. Yet there was no ´I´ with a need to use them for making up a special image. And though it may seem special due to the manipulation of it in Photoshop, there was no other intention behind this than having fun going with the flow. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The special self loves to say things like ´I want to undo my belief in being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one,´ because by saying so it does not only confirm to exist but to be special as well. And it does not risk to undo the belief, that this is so because establishing itself as an ´I´ this belief is not the slightest bit undone. On the contrary, it is enhanced. This it hides by claiming the ´I´ is going to be transformed into something higher and more spiritual. This, however, will never happen because there is no ´I´ so there is nothing to transform.

Complete inclusiveness leaves nothing to be defined, so the illusionary existence of what and where you believe to be is exposed. What cannot be exposed, though, is that which has no need to be defined or to exist. Actually, it has no needs at all, as it is that which is one and it takes more than one to have a need.

An ´I´ cannot appear to be there without somebody or something else to attest to it, so when all experiences of a world outside of you is included, there is nothing to define something outside of you. And as there is no inside without an outside*, there is nothing at all. Hence there does not appear to be something hiding that which always is and always was, since it is formless and therefore endless, namely that which is one.

To not care about thoughts and feelings as talked about in the above is not the same as you observe them since that implies somebody is doing this and the belief in being someone definitive therefore is enhanced.

Not caring about thoughts and feelings is not based on a decision made by somebody made, but that there is nobody believing to be anybody. Hence there is no ´I´ with a need to use thoughts and feelings for the creation of a specific personality, and so what seems to be possible to accomplish with the use of them has no appeal.

You may find inspiration for leaving behind thoughts and feelings in the article Every moment is the perfect moment – also for dying in the rainforest.

There is nothing, that you need to avoid – neither any thought or feeling, so you do not have to suppress feelings of hatred and whatnot. And there is nothing you specifically need to do in order to undo the belief in being someone definitive but to include everything. And that is not something you do, but that you do not exclude anything. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

That is unless you start believing, they can help you to fulfil a special dream of for example love, health or wealth, and in your eagerness to make the dream come true by selecting the right thoughts and feelings via the exclusion of the wrong ones, you forget that the price of exclusion is loneliness and that no love, health or wealth can solve that.

Instead, you assume, that it is a matter of getting enough of it, but as long as you operate under the assumption that there is more to be and have, no matter how much more you appear to become or get in a world experienced to be outside of you, it is not enough.

This is not to say, that what you look for is to be found inside. There is nothing but empty space inside as well as outside of what you appear to be. In other words, your appearance in a tangible body is an illusion and so is being healthy and making love or money.

Yet you should not neglect the body, or miss an opportunity for making love or lots of money, when you appear to be someone definitive, because this is your chance to not exclude but include whatever you think and feel about it. And as inclusion undoes separation, there is no inside or outside. Hence there is nothing to hide the formlessness of oneness.

Not caring about thoughts and feelings, which is a state of not-knowing, has like any other state a beginning and therefore also an end.

And like everything else in a world where there seems to be more than one it is completely forgotten, when there is no more need to be and have more than that which is one, since it takes more than one to be in any kind of state.

There is not a definitive way to not care about thoughts and feelings, as that would require them to be used in a specific way and thus boost the belief in being someone special instead of undoing it.

Alexius pretends to be in a world where there seems to be more than one and space. And as where he pretends to be, he is not, he does not believe to be there, nor somewhere else, as it requires more than one to be somewhere, and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

That is why Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings do not require you to following a specific set of rules. What you need to follow is not definable and cannot be followed, since it is that which is one and it takes more than one to follow something.

Fortunately, there is no need to follow it, as it is formless and therefore endless so that which is you is the formlessness of oneness. Hence that which is you is not in a world where there seems to be more than one, so no miracle is needed to leave or transcend such a world. It is only the belief, that it is there, which needs to be undone.

As there could not be a non-teacher without a non student and vice versa, they are like two sides of the same coin. In other words, if one side is completely included, the apparent difference between the two sides is cancelled out.

See the below box for a short intro to some ways of undoing the belief in being someone definitive. And check hack #1-3 and 8, if you want to read more detailed about them.

You can never leave a world where there seems to be more than one, because that which is you is no different from that which is one, so you are not there. It is all make-believe. This belief, however, will be undone, when there is no need to appear as if you are more than others. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Since that which is you is no different from that which is one and it takes more than one to be somewhere, you cannot be anywhere. In other words it makes no sense to talk about leaving a world where there seems to be more than one, unless you believe, it is possible to be more than that which is one. And if so, it is this belief that needs to be undone.

You can for example pretend to be someone definitive, and as what you pretend to be you are not, the more you pretend it the less you believe to be someone definitive.

Or you can perceive everything you experience in a world where there seems to be more than one as a symbol of that which is one. which means the apparent differences in such a world does not make a difference, and so there is no basis for believing to be someone definitive.

Or as the belief in being someone definitive is founded on exclusion, you can include what has been excluded, so that there is nothing to define you and thus nothing to support the belief in being someone definitive.

Coming from the heart is a denial of oneness

Someone in Spain recently had the heart replaced by the above heart made of plastic. In other words, a heart is not you, but solely a mechanic thing you have to pump the blood around. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The heart is not you. That is why it is called your heart. It is just a tool needed for pumping blood around the body to supply its cells with oxygen. In other words, coming from the heart means merely to go with oxygen. As this is a purely mechanical thing, the heart can nowadays be replaced with a construction of plastic like the one in the above image. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

It seems to be a common belief, that to be spiritual, you must come from the heart, and manifest you are part of something bigger by joining a group of like-minded people.

Unfortunately, most of these groups with supposedly warm-hearted people do not tolerate ways of expression that are not endorsed by their guru, so if you do not follow the dress code, for example, you are excluded. And you will probably also be excluded, if you are very organised, have a clear mind and tend to follow plans instead of spacing out and hugging everybody in the group.

To not follow plans, however, does not seem to be a problem for most of those believing in coming from the heart, as they have such a need to be special and independent, that it is impossible to commit to a plan or adjust to the conventional rules of society.

Most who feel limited by the world are often restricted by their own rules of how to be in the now, come from the heart and whatnot, which they deny by projecting their control onto the world experienced to be outside of them, so it seems their feeling of imprisonment is caused by it and that its rules, therefore, must be changed in order for them to be free.

But what you fight you enhance, so every time you try to change something or somebody judged to be different from you feel more restrained.

That is why rules must be changed into something that suits their needs. This selfish intention, however, is hidden behind lots of hugs and talk about peace, love and unity in their somewhat chaotic events, that generally are advertised very confusingly, as one of their rules is that clarity and direction restrict the heart.

All experiences are fabricated in the brain, regardless where they are interpreted to come from or if they seem to be so-called spiritual, divine or mundane.* The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The heart is a muscle from where blood transports oxygen to the cells of the body. If you also have an experience of something spiritual coming from it, you are deceiving yourself, because as science discovered more than 200 years ago, all experiences comes from the brain, as that is where they are fabricated.*

Since intuition and spontaneity can be said to be part of non-duality, those claiming to come from the heart could be considered to be coming from it. But as being factual and planning has been excluded for them to appear intuitive and spontaneous, they do not come from the inclusiveness of non-duality but the exclusiveness of duality.

Without contrasts it is the surrounding  not be possible to experience a world of duality. A lotus flower, for example, would not seem to give you a specific experience of purity if not contrasted by mud.

In other words, non-duality is as intuitive and spontaneous as it is factual and planned and as coming from the heart is based on excluding the latter, it has nothing to do with non-duality but everything to do with duality. And if what you want is to feed and play into the experience of that, you do right in separating yourself from something, because the experience of duality depends on the perception, that there is more than the oneness of non-duality.

In other words, just like the currency of your native country cannot be used in other countries without being changed, the formlessness of non-duality cannot be implemented in a tangible world of duality without being converted.

The way of duality is separation. Any kind of help or support enhances the belief in separation and therefore also the feeling of suffering. The animation is grabbed from Ello.

The foundation of duality is the belief in separation. And as any kind of help or support depends on this belief, it enhances the suffering that this belief entails. The animation is grabbed from Ello.

The currency of non-duality, which is the formlessness of oneness, must be split into contrasts of opposing fragments – for example, spontaneous and planned – to fabricate an experience of duality.** And whether you are aware of it or not, this is also what you do, when you claim to come from the heart because to appear as if you are spontaneous, you separate yourself from its contrast – to be planned – by projecting it onto somebody you judge to be heartless.

In a world of duality that which is you seems to be separated into two opposing parts, one that appears to be someone definitive and another one as if it consist of multiple of appearances outside of it.

But the concept of coming from the heart is misleading for both parts, because it implies there is a way to unite them, whereas it actually increases the belief in separation, since there would be no idea of union without this belief.

You may also believe, that you are more spiritual and full of compassion than those judged not to come from the heart, and this differentiation is only possible with the currency of separation. Furthermore, you probably send love, healing and whatnot to those interpreted as being and/or having less than you, which also only is possible by using the currency of separation.

If you do not believe to be someone definitive, you cannot suffer from pain, because it takes someone definitive to have a specific experience.

Hence your apparent good deeds and attempts to make a difference are just a disguise for enhancing the belief in separation, as they make you appear to be more special than others.

If you claim to come from the heart, it is difficult to have the belief in duality undone, because it must be undone where it is conceived, namely in the brain. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The experience of a tangible and dimensional world is a fabrication carried out by the brain – including the experience of you as spiritual, coming from the heart, living in the now and whatnot.

It can be compared to the experience you have when using a virtual reality headset. It feels like being in a real world. Yet nothing is real and all choices are preprogrammed – except how to perceive it, and that is what determines, whether you believe to be there or not.

If you really want to make a difference, stop using the currency of separation to perceive, that the apparent difference between you and others to make a difference.

There is no difference between god, you and me, as everything that appears to be separated are equally illusionary, since it takes more than one to appear as someone, who is different from others, and there is no more than that which is one, because it is formless and therefore endless.

This can be done by totally including one side of a contrast – for example, chaos or order – as this cancels out the apparent difference between the opposing sides of it***, and as that momentarily rubs off on others, there is no separation to perceive. Hence the foundation for the belief, that you are someone definitive in a world of duality is gone and replaced by a state of not-knowing****.

It is not easy to undo a belief, that you are not aware of. So if you want to undo the belief in duality, do not try to escape it by superimposing rosy ideas like coming from the heart upon it, but include its apparent ugliness as well as its beauty, so that there is no contrast to define a world of duality and therefore nothing to hide, there is no more than the formlessness of non-duality.

To not exclude but include cannot work though if you believe to come from the heart, as that is not where exclusion is executed. Yet the idea of coming from the heart is not a hindrance, when included where it is conceived, namely in the brain.

The animation is grabbed from Ello.

APPENDIX:
Those who want to come from the heart instead of the brain have a point because coming from the brain is confusing. Unfortunately so is coming from the heart.

You neither come from the heart or the brain but nowhere.

It is not possible to come from anywhere at all since that which is you is no different from that which is one, and it requires more than one to come from somewhere – or to be someone. That is why insecurity is the price of believing to be someone at all.

Be aware that the above is spoken from the perspective of that which is one, and since it requires more than one to read this, you believe to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. In other words, you better relate to where you believe to be if you want to have this belief undone. And as the experiences the brain processes on account of the signals it receives from the senses is used to confirm this belief, it is in the brain a correction must be made.

You already correct lots of deceitful experiences made by the brain, for example when the Earth in front of you is experienced to be flat, you adjust this experience so that it reflects a round earth*****. But as the world according to science consist of empty space, all experiences of you as someone definitive surrounded by a substantial world should be corrected to emptiness. When corrected in this way, there do not appear to be something definable hiding, there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one.

In the world of the inner senses everything has the same importance, so there is nothing to react on and therefore nothing to confirm you as someone definitive. As that means you are nothing there is  nobody to notice , that without excitement there is peace.

This correction of the signals from the senses you can read more about in hack #5.3´ The empty breath´ and the bliss of not believing to be someone and hack #6-7.3 The inner senses, the enlightenment of that which is one and glimpses of it.

It is NOT about making a difference

When you do not look for appearances, but that what makes it possible to experience them, you see that the apparent difference between your appearance and others makes no difference. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When you do not look for appearances, but that which makes it possible to experience them, you see that the apparent difference between your appearance and others makes no difference because we are all symbols of that which cannot appear, namely the formlessness of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from Ello.

Those who are gathering in groups of nationalism, capitalism, socialism or any other kind of ism tend to manifest their specific group by eliminating everything that is not in line with its ideas.

Those believing in specific philosophical, political or religious ideas often despise those thinking differently from themselves, and consider them to be enemies, who must to converted to the right way in order to get rid of evil. Basically though it is just a way of hiding their own feeling of inferiority.

An ism starts by dividing the world into right and wrong, and then exclude everything judged to be wrong from the group of people belonging to the ism by projecting it onto other groups, who are not only seen as wrong but also evil, as it is often experienced to be a fight between good and evil.

When the fight is over, the winning part will claim to be the good people, who have turned the world into a better place by doing the right thing – or rather have turned their part of the world into the best place by projecting their hate onto everything that appears different from them.

Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, however, is not a new ism, where you have to change or get rid of something bad in order to make the world better. There is no goal, but to undo the belief that the apparent differences in the world make a difference because then there is nothing to define you as someone definitive

This should not be understood as it does not make a difference whether you have enough money or not if there is gasoline in your car or not, you are beaten up or not and so on. But that it does not make a difference how this seems to make feel when you do not believe to be someone definitive.

You cannot go wrong if you are inclusive, because that is included
When Henry Ford invented a faster vehicle than a horse-driving carriage, it was not just an improvement of this kind of transportation. He surpassed it and invented a new way of transportation.

The slow way of meditation is comparable to a horse-driving carriage and Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings to the much faster automobile. Mostly because meditation and other exotic ideas from ancient times generally are based on the idea, that the exclusion of something bad will result in something good, which is a contradiction to life because it is not exclusive but inclusive.

Nowadays are not for excluding the past and the future in order to live in the now, but to include everything, because life is not exclusive. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Nowadays is not for excluding the past and the future in order to live in the now, because life is not exclusive but inclusive. The graphic is grabbed from Ello.

That being said, if you prefer to go the slow way of meditation, by all means, go for it. Time is make-believe and so is exclusion, because there is no more than one perpetual present.

Unfortunately, though meditation and most other so-called spiritual practices are set up in a way so that you cannot help doing something wrong and therefore causing it to not to work. But implementing Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings you can never fail.

In the context of this article, Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are about undoing the belief in linear time and separation by including the past as well as the future, good as well as evil and the person next to you, as if it is you. In order to do this you do not need to change the world or what you appear to, but to include your perception of it undiminished and unedited. If you somehow mess it up, you just include your failure. And if you forget that, you include it when you remember it – or simply include your forgetfulness and/or imperfection.

In other words, inclusiveness is not about perfection, but including your shortcomings. Yet you do not have to be inclusive at a specific time in a specific place with special people. Should there be something you are not willing to include, you include your unwillingness. You just cannot go wrong by being inclusive, not even if you forget it most of the time, because if so you include that as well*.

Inclusiveness is the door to that which is you
Inclusiveness starts by experiencing the apparent differences of the world – otherwise there would be nothing to include. To experience something to be good for example, you must exclude its opposite, bad, so that the excluded provides the background for what you want to experience – just like you exclude the white background that contrasts these black letters in order to read this article.

To experience positivity, negativity must be excluded. If both are included they annihilate each other in just one flash. The more both sides of contrasts are included, the less there is to define a world of time and space. Eventually, there is nothing to hide that there never has been anything else than the formlessness of oneness. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Next, you include what you excluded. In the context of reading this article, you include the white background of the black letters, so that you are left with nothing to focus on and therefore no article to read. In other words, by including the excluded, the apparent difference between the opposite sides of a contrast does not make a difference. They cancel each other out, so there is nothing to experience, neither an experiencer. That is of course if you go all the way and in the context of this example totally include the white background of the black letters.

Try to completely include these letters and you will start to defocus, because the complete inclusion of a one side of a contrast automatically includes the other side, as they are two sides of the same coin. Hence the more you include, the less there is to focus o. When there is not something to focus on nothing hides that which cannot be focused on, namely the formlessness of oneness.

It is not about making the personality better, transform it or doing something at all, but about undoing the belief that you are someone definitive. The graphic is grabbed from Ello.

It is not about making the personality better, transforming it or doing the right thing, but about undoing the belief, that you are someone at all. The graphic is grabbed from Ello.

Most likely you do not go all the way at once. No worries. It does not important how much time it seems to take. Time is an illusion. Besides, it is not about perfection. You do not even have to figure out both sides of a contrast in order to completely include it. You can just include the part of the contrast, you are aware of. If these black letters, for example, are completely included, their contrast – whether you are aware of it or not – is also included, because without it you cannot see the black letters.

So the more the black letters are included, the more they blur out, and the more it becomes impossible to focus on their distinctive features and therefore to project meaning onto them. The same applies to include the feeling of pain and whatnot.

You cannot experience more without excluding of what you do not want to experience, so the choice between separation and oneness is a question of more or not.

When something loses its distinctive features, it does not differ from other appearances anymore. Hence there is nothing to acknowledge the belief in separation, and suffering, which is caused by this belief, fades out. This does not mean, however, that the appearance of you as someone definitive also fades out. It probably remains just the same.

No pain no gain, only applies if you want to be and have more than that which is you.

No gain without pain means that you cannot be or have more than that which is one without pain, because without it, you do not feel to exists as someone definitive.

But it means that pain, for example, does not have to be replaced by relief, because you do not perceive this contrast to be separated in two. Thus there is no relief to wait for and therefore no problem to solve or something to search for. In other words, whatever problem you seem to have, it contains the resolution.

Most do not feel anything fully, as it is more important for them to be in control. That is why they do not know what devotion is, because it is to go all the way – and doing so you lose yourself, or rather what you believed to be.

You just devote yourself so much to a problem, that there is nothing but that because without a contrast it cannot be experienced as if it is there. For this to work, however, it is a prerequisite, that you do not look for problems or solutions to define you as someone definitive – or pain to magically disappears, as it is not the pain but the definition of it as something specific that disappears, so that there is not something to cause suffering.

When the belief in being someone definitive is completely undone, whatever you believed to be is no more and never was, because formlessness is endless and therefore everything, so all there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When the belief in being someone definitive is completely undone, whatever you believed to be is no more and never was, because the formless of oneness is endless and therefore everything. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The transition from believing to be someone definitive to having this belief completely undone is very abrupt, but this you do not know, because the belief in being someone definitive is undone, so whatever you believed to be does not hide that there never was, is or will be no more than the formlessness of that which is one, as formlessness is endless and therefore everything.

This is not a way to experience the formlessness of oneness. There is no such way. It cannot be experienced, as it takes more than one to experience something. But it is a way to experience, that there is no more than that which is one, because that is what you experience, when indifferent to the apparent differences of a world where there seems to be more than one.

When differences iare not perceived to make a diffeerence, you cannot go wrong, because it makes no difference.

When differences are not perceived to make a difference, you cannot go wrong, because it makes no difference. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

*) That you cannot go wrong when you are inclusive also applies to the other ways of hacking the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one, namely pretending to be someone definitive, seeing everything in a world of duality as symbols of non-duality and alone together.

Regarding the enlightenment of that which is one, you simply do nothing. See

NOTE: This article is part of hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is pure bliss.

To NOT exclude is to exclude the belief in being someone definitive

Exclusiveness is the foundation of appearing to be someone definitive in a world of duality, as it favours one side of a contrast over the other, whereas inclusiveness cancels out the apparent difference in contrasts. Consequently you do not appear to be someone definitive but nobody and so the foundation for the belief in separation is gone. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The foundation of your appearance as someone definitive in a world of duality is exclusiveness. Fist one side of a contrast is judged to be better than the other. Secondly, the bad side is excluded by projecting it on somebody, so that you appear to be good at the expense of somebody else, who appears to be bad. Inclusiveness, on the other hand, cancels out the apparent difference of contrasts, so that the more there is included the less you appear to be someone definitive and the less there appear to be others, which means the foundation for the belief in separation is fading out. PART 1:
Appearing to be someone in a world of duality you cannot be happy all the time. A feeling needs to be contrasted by its opposite in order to be experienced as something specific. You would not know happiness if not for sadness. In other words, as high as you want to go, as low you must be prepared to fall.

The wish to have one feeling only is a memory from non-duality – a twisted memory though because there are no feelings in non-duality, as it is that which is one and it takes more than one to have a feeling about something.

For the same reason, there are no contrasts in non-duality. Yet a world of duality cannot be experienced without them. And that is why non-duality cannot be implemented in a world of duality. In such a world you must have darkness to have light, war to have peace, negativity to have positivity and so on.

Furthermore, it is not possible to experience light without the exclusion of its contrast darkness and vice versa. The nature of non-duality, however, is not to exclude but include, so if you try to implement it in a world of duality it cannot be experienced, because inclusion cancels out the opposites of a contrast so that there is no difference to perceive and therefore no duality.

Being a person in a world of duality is effortless, the more its apparent differences is not perceived to make a difference, because then separation is not confirmed and so its outcome, suffering, does not need to be avoided.

If the contrasts of you are not kept separated but allowed to meet they cancel each other out. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

If the two sides of the contrasts, that seem to define you, are not kept separated but allowed to meet, they will cancel each other out – and so you are free from being defined as either good or bad. Instead, you are nobody. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

In other words, inclusion undoes contrasts and therefore the belief in duality, so the more both sides of contrasts are included – instead of keeping them apart like for example Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde – the less you appear to be someone definitive in a world of duality.

But to include something you must first exclude it. If you want to experience love, for example, you exclude what you do not want to experience, namely hate, so that it can serve as a background for an experience of love. It is not necessary though to be conscious about the part of a contrast that you exclude, which in this case is hate because love could not be experienced without it.

So by fully devoting yourself to love, the other side, hate, is included as well, which means they no longer form a contrast. Therefore you neither have love or hate but indifference.

To resume, by using the premise of duality, namely contrast, you can have the belief in it undone by not keeping the two sides of a contrast separated but letting them join so that they do not form a contrast to each other and therefore do not confirm a world of duality anymore.

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

If you want to remain in a world of duality, you must always hold back, so that you do not lose yourself in the intensity of an experience. Finding mistakes or claiming that you need time to process what is happening are common ways of holding back so that you do not lose yourself in the intensity of the moment. The graphic is grabbed from Ello.

PART 2:
Instead of trying to avoid the thoughts and feelings, that seem to disturb you, experience them so much that you are nothing but what you want to avoid. As a thought or a feeling needs a contrast in order for it to be experienced as something specific, what you want to avoid will simply vanish, when this is all that is experienced.

As one side of a contrast defines the other, you cannot have one without the other, when you feed and play into the experience of being someone definitive in a world of duality. So no contrast = no definition = no experience = no duality = non-duality.

Be aware though that if you for example experience hate to the extent that you are nothing but that, not only hate will go away but also its contrast love, as they are two sides of the same coin.

If you lose yourself in love, there is nobody to love anybody. Hence there is nobody to believe in duality. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If you lose yourself in love, there is nobody to love anybody. Hence there is nobody to believe in duality. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If you want to undo the belief in duality, do not hold back feelings or slow down thoughts, but follow the flow of them all the way through. In this way the experience of sex, for example, will be so intense, that it obliterate itself, because in the ecstasy of it there is no room for anything else, and nothing can be experienced without a contrast. Hence there is no experience, and therefore no experiencer to believe in duality.

In other words, each feeling has a prize, and the prize of love is hate. You cannot have one without the other. And if you have none of them you have nothing, which is the reality of duality. There is nothing in a world of duality because non-duality is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than that. Hence acknowledging to have nothing, you are nothing, and there is not something appearing to hide non-duality.

Go with the flow and go all the way, if you do not want something to hide the formlessness of that which is you. The animation is grabbed from Ello.

PART 3:
Try imagining to pump up the volume of music until it is so distorted, that it cannot be perceived as music. And then go on imagining to pump it up until it is so loud, that there is nothing to hear. Hence there is not someone definitive to know this.

Going all the way does not result in something but that which is formless.

It is not a suggestion to actually do this but to imagine it until the mind cannot grasp it, because the mind is the gap* between the appearance of you as someone definitive and the formlessness of that which is you.

When there is no time to think what and where you are, there is peace. The animation is grabbed from Ello.

When there is no time to think what and where you are, there is joy. The animation is grabbed from Ello.

PART 4:
The story of a person is mostly a sad one – and fear based as well. In order to be in balance and not miss out on anything, a person reacts to everything as if it is driving a car with the brakes on – assuming that going slow there is more time to understand and process life.

Yet looking for more of anything does not result in joy but stress, whereas releasing the brake is pure joy because that comes from driving so fast, that there is no time to define what and where you are.**

*) Check out the article The closer you look, the less you believe what you see is real for more about the gap, that initiated the appearance of a world where there seems to be more than one.

**) Be aware that the above is a metaphor, so when physically driving a car, you, of course, put on the brake when needed, so you are not stopping yourself from going with the flow of the drive, which is pure joy.

NOTE: There is more about going all the way by not being exclusive but inclusive in the next articles It is NOT about making a difference, Without contrasts, there is no duality, and so nothing seems to hide non-duality and Coming from the heart is a denial of that which is one. They are all part of hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is pure bliss.

Willingness to not exclude but to include undoes the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one

The more inclusive you are, the less the apparent difference between inside and outside appears to make a difference. Consequently, there is no experience of a world outside of you – neither inside, as without an outside, there is no inside. In other words, when not excluding thoughts and feelings by justifying them with a world perceived to be outside of you, the fantasy of being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is over. This does not mean that it is replaced by that which is one because there never was and never will be more than that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When we believe to be somebody special in a world where there seems to be more than one, we must constantly tell stories where we as the key figure make everything right, or refer to stories of others that reflect on ourselves as someone special, so that we appear to make a difference and therefore can confirm the belief that we are someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

The complete inclusion of feelings cancels out the sense of within and without, so that there is not something appearing to hide, there is nothing but the formlessness of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The need to compose and communicate stories with you as someone definitive in an external world will fade out, the more there is willingness to not exclude but include the thoughts and feelings popping up, as the less there is an experience of an external world. Neither internal, since without an outside, there is no inside. Thus inclusiveness undoes the belief, that there is more than the formlessness of that which is one.

But if there is no need to be someone at all, there is no urge to share stories with somebody appearing to be in a physical, astral or online world. And so the story that cannot be told, since it is a state of not-knowing, is all that remains. See the article Inclusiveness is a state of not-knowing – and that is pure bliss for more about a state of not-knowing.

Trying to manifest yourself as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, is like trying to be someone in a dream. It is not possible, because there is nothing there. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The conclusion of this is not, that you must stop telling stories about your latest achievements or those you hope to come if you want the bliss of being in a state of not-knowing. Alexius´ hacks to undo the belief in being someone definitive are not about stopping or avoiding anything, since that involves exclusion and thus enhances the belief in being someone definitive. Neither are they about transforming sex or something else but including everything as it appears to be, as that leaves nothing to define you as someone definitive.

So you can go on telling stories of you as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one – not anymore though with the intent of confirming the apparent separation of you and others, but of including those who appear in the stories. This has nothing to do with embracing them, since that enhances the belief in you as someone definitive, whereas inclusion exposes both the appearance of you and others as but empty space.

In most cases, however, we are not willing to include everything, as this leaves nothing to define us. We do not want to be nobody, so we persist in being somebody by excluding whatever it takes to make a difference for our kids, pets, work associates or somebody else in a world where there seems to be more than one.

No worries. If you acknowledge, that you are not willing to include everything, you are including the moment as it is, and thus entering the road of inclusiveness. See also A perfect moment does not require learning – only inclusion.

All the troubles and worries, that seem to come our way, are the illusions we have chosen to make up our road of inclusiveness, so welcome them by being willing to include them.

On the road of inclusiveness all sharing, communication and whatnot are something you pretend to do for or with others* because there is nothing outside of you, that is not you. You are alone together** in a fantasy world where you seem to be separated from the formlessness of that which is one in a world where there seems to be more than one.

You may at first feel very sad when you start realising, that you are not someone definitive. But when fully realised, you do not care – or rather there is nobody to care. That is the peace of oneness. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Yet, you are not alone. It is not possible, as that requires more than one and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. And this is why it is so peaceful not trying to be and have more than that which is one. At first thought it may not seem so, because when you do not believe, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, there is nothing to hope for, which seems very depressing until you realise, that without hope there is nothing to fear – and so there is peace.***

If you want to have the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one undone, it does not matter whether you appear to have positive or negative thoughts, feelings of love, hate and whatnot, as long as they are not excluded by justifying them with a world experienced to be external.

Be aware, that the above is not meant to be the ultimate explanation about a world where there seems to be more than one, neither is it meant to be correct, because nothing can explain why you believe to be someone definitive in a such a world, since that is not possible, as that which is you are no different from the formlessness of that which is one and it takes more than one to believe, you are someone definitive.****

Nothing can explain, how come you believe to be someone definitive, because it is not possible, as that which is you are no different from that which is one and it takes more than one to be someone. For the same reason, no explanation of which is one is correct. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Nor are any explanations or descriptions in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings of that which is one correct, because that which is one cannot be explained or described, as that requires more than one.

For the same reason, it is not possible to replace the belief in being someone definitive with pretending to be that, as often suggested in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings.* But since you think you are reading this, you believe to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, and so replacing that belief with the belief that you just pretend to be someone there is useful in undoing it, because what and where you pretend to be, you are not.

Using Alexius duality hacks is not like using hacks to expand the mind – for example nootropics and LSD. They do not expand anything, neither do they improve the body or something else. Instead they undo the belief, that you are someone definitive in a body, whether that appears to be in a mundane or astral world.

In other words, you can keep your name and the clothes the body wears. And you do not need to become vegan or stop being it, as everything in a world where there seems to be more than one is equally illusionary. The hacks use whatever illusion, you seem to be involved in to undo it.

All the other hacks in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings (see the table of contents), except the enlightenment of that which is one, are no different from hacking the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one by not being exclusive but inclusive (hack #3). They all transfer you to a state of not-knowing from where the apparent differences in the world are not perceived to make a difference, so there does not appear to be more than one.

In a world where there seems to be more than one everything has a beginning an end, so it is not possible to a continuous state of not-knowing. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Nobody in a world where there seems to be more than one is walking around in a continuous state of not-knowing. To remain in the world – whether in a mundane or so-called spiritual way – you must constantly confirm that every one make a difference. And as that is not confirmed in a state of not-knowing, it will be on and off, until you are not willing to confirm, there is more than one. In that case, however, there is no more to state to be in, as it takes more than one to be in any kind of state

Hence there is nothing to hide that which always is, since it is formless and therefore endless, namely that which is one.

Yet you cannot remain in this state very long, because to appear as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, you must constantly confirm its apparent differences to make a difference. Hence this state is on and off until you are not willing to perceive the apparent differences to make a difference. Yet just a split second of it makes the time off from it much lighter.

This does not mean, however, that this will make you stay in a state of not-knowing, as when you for a shorter time – about 20 minutes, 45 minutes at the most – do not perceive differences to make a difference, there is no memory of a world where there seems to be more than one, and as it takes more than one to be in any kind of state, there is no state to be in.

Your existence as someone special is make-believe, which you try to make real with a list of made-up problems – like not being rich enough, pretty enough, young enough, clever enough and spiritual enough – so there always is something to fix.

That is, until you do not try to exclude what you judge to be wrong by blaming others for it but completely include it, so that there are no appearances to define you as someone definitive, and hence nothing appears to hide the formlessness of oneness.

For the same reason there is not someone to be and hence no consciousness to hide, there never was and never will be more than that which is one. Until then, let the memories of being nobody remind you, that although you seem to be separated from that which is one, this separation is make-belief and using Alexius´ hacks it will be undone.

When you do not believe to be disassociated from the different appearances that you experience to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, you are alone together with them. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

NOTE: This article about willingness, that is part of hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is pure bliss is an appendix to the article Inclusiveness is a state of not-knowing – and that is pure bliss. The next article You can never lose life covers willingness from another angle.

How to not be fearful but blissful

To deny hate is to deny love because they are two sides of the same coin. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

When a feeling, for example hate, is wholly justified with something in a world experienced to be outside of you, it seems to be transferred from what is believed to be you to something that is not believed to be you. This includes love as well because when hate cannot be experienced internally neither can its contrast love. In other words, hate and love do not seem to in you but a world outside of you.

But as these emotions only are excluded from your awareness, they are still in you. Not in the shape of hate and love though but of fear, because having justified hatred with something in an external world, you are scared of what it will do to you in return, so from the emptiness generated by your apparent dissociation from hate/love, fear pops up again and again.

Exclusiveness generates a belief in scarcity, contrary to inclusiveness that generates nothing, so there is not something to miss – and that is pure bliss.

Emptiness, however, is also the result of the full inclusion of hate, since that leaves nothing to contrast love, so neither that or hatred is experienced to exist at all. This emptiness, however, is not full of fear but bliss, as it is not based on the suppression of feelings but the transparency of exposing them as empty space.

In a state of not-knowing nothing seems to be different from you –and that is pure bliss Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Inclusiveness is pure bliss. That is, if everything excluded is not included, because when everything is included, there is nothing but the formlessness of that which is one, since it takes more than one to be blissful. In other words, by slowly including what has been excluded from your personality, moments of bliss will come and go in a world where there seems to be more than one, until there is no more to include and therefore not something to hide, there is no more than that which is one.

In this state of emptiness, everything in a world where there seems to be more than one is perceived as empty space in the sense that nothing seems to make sense. As it is a state of not-knowing, you cannot know how long you are in it. But measured in the linear time, it is not that long – at least not if you want to go on appearing as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, as then everything must constantly be perceived to make a difference.

A world where there seems to be more than one only appears to be there, because you want to believe, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Hence you imagine to be someone in a world in the empty space outside of the formlessness of that which is one, but there is nothing outside of it because since formlessness is endless. Nor is there something inside, as without an outside there is no inside.

When returning to the imagination of a world where there seems to be more than one, it is like empty space is being filled with clouds, and the more they are divided in contrasts like good and bad, light and dark, past and future and so on, the more you appear to be in a substantial world where there seems to be more than one.

Without contrast, this cat would disappear in empty space. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Although the world appears to be just like before you entered a state of not-knowing, you are approaching it less emotionally. This does not mean, there are no emotions, but that you play with them instead of them playing with you. That may offend a lot, but that is not a problem, because the more you are inclusive, the less there is a need to a be part of a world where there seems to be more than one.

In most cases, though hate is not entirely but partially excluded, so that a piece of it can be used to contrast a bit of love, and thereby ratify the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one. Just like the white background of these black letters is partially excluded, so that it can contrast the letters shaping this article into an article appearing to be right in front of you.

The less the opposing elements of a contrast appear to make a difference, the less they produce meaning – and since bliss does not come from something but nothing, the more bliss there is.

If the background, on the other hand, is completely excluded, there is not something to contrast the letters. Hence they disappear in a gap of nothingness, which seems very scaring for those seeking meaning and consistency, but very blissful for those seeking nothing.

When the apparent separation between the opposing sides of a contrast is undone via the full inclusion of one of them, the judge in you is out of work, as without separation there is nothing to judge – and that is pure bliss. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The full inclusion of a feeling requires that it is totally felt internally. But as hate, which is the example used in this article, has been completely excluded from what you believe to be by justifying it with something perceived to be outside of you, you have dissociated yourself from not only hate but also its contrast love plus a bunch of other emotions, since the dissociation of the contrast of hate and love rubs off on others.

This results in emotional numbness, where only the fear or anger of the external appearance(s), that was used to justify the feeling of hate, seems to come through. No worries. If you are nothing but that fear and/or anger, there is no room for the justification and the hate it seemed to transfer to an external world, so it is not experienced to exist inside or outside of you. The same applies to love since there is no hate contrasting it.

In a state of not-knowing you are powerless, because you do not know what and where you are. Hence you are not aware, that you are in a pool of bliss, before it is over and blissful memories pops up from when you did not believe to be someone definitive.

As the resulting emptiness is not founded on exclusion but inclusion, it is not fear but bliss that pops up from it.

A sure way to not exclude but include is to not know what is going on, as that means there is not something to exclude.

It requires much effort to be exclusive, whereas inclusiveness requires none because you are inclusive when you are not exclusive. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If you by reflex exclude specific feelings, as soon as they pop up, and at the same moment forget why and how no need to change that. And should the above about including your justifications seem a bit too complicated, no need to improve your understanding or anything else.

The hacks in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are not about correcting your mistakes in a world where there seems to be more than one, but the belief that you are someone there.

In other words, whatever you seem to be in a world where there seems to be more than one needs no correction – only the belief that you are someone definitive and not the formlessness of that which is one needs to be corrected. And that it is when you include entirely, what you experience to be in this very moment.

When you cannot remember what you included, it has been completely included.

If you are not aware of what you re at this moment, this is what you include by completely being it, which you are when there is a willingness to be so.

Bliss is the natural outcome of not believing to be someone definitive. This you do not believe when the excitement of feeling something specific is not appealing.

As this willingness cancels out the included feeling as well as its contrast, and like the inclusion of one feeling momentary rubs off on others, the result is not that you embrace yourself, but that you are emptied out and therefore not definable as someone definitive. It is this emptiness that is pure bliss.

Willingness to totally include the moment as it undoes the belief in being someone definitive. This willingness, however, nobody has, but by admitting that, you are including the moment as it is. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The willingness, however, often comes from being willing to admit, that you are not willing to be completely inclusive because even though it results in pure bliss, it is the end of you as someone definitive since bliss is the absence of being someone at all.

APPENDIX:
If you think, you are in a joyful mood because of the sunset or the sensation of the wind touching your warm body, you are justifying the feeling of joy and thereby dissociating yourself from it in proportion to how much it is justified to be caused by something perceived to be outside of you.

This you probably choose in order to distance yourself from being too joyful, because that would blow you away, so there would be nobody left to control your appearance as sexy and good-looking in the sunset – or in the future setups you have planned to be staged in as someone special in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Formlessness is that which is one, because if it was more than one, it would not be formless. And that is why it is nothing but peace.

In other words, the imagination of being someone definitive seems more exciting than the peace of formlessness, which cannot be imagined, neither experienced, since it takes more than one to imagine or experience something and what is formless cannot be more than one.

Those who believe to be somebody interesting only care for those, who can make them appear more interesting. That means they only care for illusions, because life is not interesting, since it that which is one and it takes more than one to be interesting. So be happy, when nobody seems to be interested in you.

But as formlessness is endless and therefore everything, whatever is imagined or experienced is make-believe. Hence there is nothing to plan or hope for but illusions.

NOTES:

PMT [+]The absence of noise and silence is a state of not-knowing

When the contrast of noise and silence has been cancelled out by completely including one side of the contrast, the apparent difference in a world of duality between noise and silence is not perceived to make a difference, because you are in a state of not-knowing. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
If your lower back is sway-backed, the body makes a contrast in the upper back, so whether you fully include the pain of the lower or upper back is the same, because the inclusion of one side of a contrast cancels out both of them (see the below note). In other words, the apparent difference between the opposing sides of this contrast does not appear to make a difference anymore.

As the inclusion of one contrast momentarily rubs off on other contrasts, they are cancelled out as well, and as what you appear to be is defined by contrasts, there is nothing to define you as someone definitive. Ergo you are in a state of not-knowing. This does not necessarily mean that there is no more pain, but that there is nobody suffering from it. That is if the pain was not a symptom of a mental problem.

The body rebels against the unhealthy idea of a body-mind connection inflicted upon it by getting sick.

If you have forced the unfortunate belief of a body-mind connection onto the body, the mind sees its chance to get rid of its problems by dumping them in the body, so if you, for example, heal symptoms caused by the mind in the back, it will right away bury its problems somewhere else in the body. You can, therefore, keep on healing symptoms in the body until you approach the problem where it is, namely in the mind.

If you want to fit into society, you must restrain yourself from exploring your sexual energy in nature. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

A mental problem can for example be that you try to restrict your sexual energy in accordance with specific concepts of society or yoga doctrines like tantra, but sooner or later your mental control of sexuality will settle in the body in the shape of muscle pain. See also the article Holding back to not ejaculate is just another physical manifestation – but without the thrill of it.
But it is not easy to spot a problem in the mind, as it is probably hidden behind the noise of arguing about this and that. No worries. It is not necessary to pick out the problem. You just hack through the noise of the mind by completely including it, which is done by being nothing but noise – or at least be willing to (see the last paragraph in the below note about willingness). As this means there is nothing to contrast it, the existence of noise is no more, neither of its contrast silence.

This you do not know, however, because the cancellation of the opposing elements of one contrast in the mind momentarily rubs off on the others, so the mind is empty and therefore not able to define you as someone definitive. In other words, you are in a state of not-knowing and its bliss of nothing.

In a perfect moment, everything is alright as it is, regardless of where you are, because you are not there as someone definitive. Since this is a state of not-knowing, you cannot know how long time it will last.* So it is not before it is over, that you know a perfect moment lasts until you start perceiving the differences of the world to make a difference – and that everything is only alright as it is when you do not believe to be someone definitive. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 2:
In a perfect moment, everything is alright as it is, because you have included the bad feelings by being nothing but bad, which means there is nothing good to contrast them, and without that the contrast of good and bad is no more. In other words, nothing is bad, neither good. Everything is as it is.

That is the way it goes with any other feeling you include. Being, for example, nothing but sad, there is nothing to contrast it, and so neither sadness or its contrast happiness appears to exist. As this nothingness momentarily rubs off on the other contrasts making up your personality, there is nobody left to judge the apparent differences of the world to make a difference.* That is why everything is alright as it is in a perfect moment.

Yet is not before a perfect moment is over* that there is someone to know everything is alright as it is when you do not believe to be someone definitive.

If you exclude evil feelings or thoughts, you are defined as not being evil but good.

But you do not want everything to be alright as it is when you believe to be someone definitive, as this belief is based on not being what others appear to be. So to appear as if you are good, you must make others bad, which you do by constantly blaming them for not being good enough.

You cannot enjoy a beautiful view like this if you do not have an experience of something ugly to contrast it. That is the way of duality. But if you fully include one side of this contrast both of them will be cancelled out inside of you, so that there is not a basis for perceiving the difference of beauty and ugliness in a world outside of you to make a difference.* Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

APPENDIX:
The more beautiful you install yourself in the world, the more ugliness you will be exposed to because that is how it is when you believe to be in a world of duality since it can only be experienced through contrast.

Contrasts, however, can also be used to undo this belief, as the inclusion of one of its opposite sides cancels out both of them*, so that there is nothing inside of you, that can be used to categorise the different appearances of a world appearing to be outside of you as neither beautiful or ugly.

NOTE: The above is an appendix to the article Inclusiveness is a state of not-knowing – and that is pure bliss, where you can read in more details about how the inclusion of one side of a contrast cancels out both sides.

The article How to not be fearful but blissful by not being exclusive but inclusive and Willingness to not exclude but include undoes the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one is about how willingness to be inclusive is enough to enter a perfect moment. And the article You can never lose life is about how being exclusive can be perceived as a confirmation of life, since there would be nothing to exclude if not for that so the very thing that is meant to define you as someone definitive can be used to undo that belief. Feeling relaxed as well as irritated is to forget to appear as someone definitive in a world of duality because the inclusion of both feelings cancels them out. In Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, this is called a perfect moment. It does not mean though, that everything is perfect, but that it makes no difference to you what it appears to be. Selfie © Alexius Jorgensen.

Once upon a time, Alexius was into excluding irritation, assuming it would be replaced by relaxation if he could justify the feeling of irritation with somebody or something in the world outside of him.

It is actually Alexius who in third person writes this article. Both he and I are grateful that you read it, because even though we appear to be different from you, the difference is not perceived to make a difference. Neither is the apparent difference between us and Gudruång, who is considered to be the astral voice behind Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings (more about that in the note about Alexius at the end of the article).

Even though this electronic painting done by Alexius on his iPhone is abstract, you may imagine there is something definable there. But that is only because you believe to be someone definitive. If not you would not see something at all. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

This is not to say, that we are one in the spirit. There is no spirituality in a world defined by time and space, as spirituality is formless and therefore endless, so we and everything else definable – included astral worlds and whatnot – are an illusion.

But as we are equally illusionary (see the article We are in it together), we are in that sense at one. And as there is no illusion without reality, namely spirituality, we are also one in the sense, that no matter what we appear to be, we are all symbols of spirituality.*

Consequently the apparent difference between the non-teacher and non student makes no difference.

But it was quite stressing always to be on the lookout for something, that he could blame for his irritation so that it seemed to come from somebody or something else instead. See also the article Every moment is the perfect moment – also for dying in the rainforest about his experiences of this when he was rescued by a helicopter after being stuck for two days without food and water in the rainforest.

If you do not keep the opposite sides of a contrast – for example winner and looser – away from each other by projecting one of them onto somebody else, there is no space to separate them, and so nobody can be defined as winner or looser.

Fortunately, he recognised that it is much more comforting to include irritation by feeling it to such an extent that there is nothing else because then there is not something to define him as irritated. This does not have to be carried out when irritation arises, but whenever there is an awareness. It is never too late including the past in the present and thus cancel it both the past and the present since the latter builds on the former.

When you are nothing but irritated, there is not something to contrast it. Hence the included cannot be categorised and consequently not experienced as something in existence, neither can its contrast that otherwise would be labelled relaxation. Put in short, the apparent difference between the two opposing elements of a contrast is cancelled out when one of them are fully included.

To be fully inclusive does not mean you must take a journey to the past in order to find hidden feelings. They are the foundation for the present, so all that is needed to be fully inclusive is willingness to include the moment as it is.****  Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

To fully include something does not mean, you laboriously have to make sure every bit of it is included, but that the purpose of the inclusion is to be in a state of mind, where you are nothing but what you include. In other words, it is not about perfection but intention. And should your intention be a bit lukewarm, you are still fully inclusive, if you include the lukewarm intention.

This has nothing to do with acceptance or forgiveness, as inclusion leaves nothing to accept or forgive. Neither does it have anything to do with embracing or owning your apparent thoughts and feelings, as that enhances the belief in being someone definitive instead of undoing it.

This does not mean that every little detail must be included. What matters is that this is your intention. And even if you are not a hundred per cent sincere about that, willingness to be so is good enough.**** See also the article No wrongdoings are possible by using the hacks of Alexius and It is NOT about making a difference.

The colours we believe to see in a world defined by time and space are based on the RYB colour model, where the primary colours are red, yellow and blue. These colours are subtracted from the colours of light, where the primary ones are red green and blue (RGB). The addition of the primary colours of the world (RYB) results in black and so does the addition of the primary colours in the colour wheel of professional printing (CMYK), while the addition of the primary colours of light results in white – see the middle in each colour model above. A computer, by the way, uses the colours of light. Depending on your conditioning you will either use the RYB or RGB model for perceiving the complementary colour to for example red, which is green in the RYB model and cyan in the RGB model, as you can see in the illustration. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

In some ways, this inclusion can be compared to what happens, when we for example experience the colour red to be in a world outside of us and the brain in the same moment generates its complementary colour cyan inside of us in order to cancel out the opposing colours and replace them by a neutral grey. So while we still experience the bold colour of red in a world outside of us, inside of us, it is a neutral grey, as that is always the result of combining complementary colours, which you can see illustrated in the image with the square colours.

This image is a graphic illustration of how the complementary colours of the primary ones in the RGB colour model turn into neutral grey when they are equally combined. The same applies to any tone of colour mixed by the primary ones. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As this happens so fast and most are not aware of what is going on inside of them, you may not notice the complementary colour. But if you stare at red for a sustained period of time – roughly thirty seconds to a minute – and then look at a white surface, you will see an afterimage of the complementary colour, which is cyan or green depending on what colour model you are conditioned to follow. See the explanation of those in the first caption of the colour models. And see the article Without contrasts there is no duality, and so nothing seems to hide non-duality for more comparisons with science relating findings.

The info about colours are based on the research Alexius did in this regard, when he was writing a book about colour theory for a Danish marketing school many years ago.

Returning to our story of not excluding but including irritation, the apparent difference between the opposing sides in the contrast of irritation and relaxation is not perceived to make a difference, when the inclusion of irritation has cancelled out itself as well as its contrast relaxation, or vice versa. And as this state of neutrality or indifference rubs off on other contrasts, they also become neutral and so there is nothing to define you as someone definitive anymore.

´Sentinela´ is the eighth track on this Brazilian album named the same. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Listening to ´Sentinela´ by Milton Nascimento, Alexius is reminded about the first moment, when he appeared to be outside the formlessness of that which is one, and the glorious time he perceived to be ahead as someone separated from oneness. But as formlessness is endless, there is nothing else, so the experience of being outside of it and having a future there is make-believe.

Hence you are in a state of not-knowing, which is no different from the first moment of the world – see the article A perfect moment takes you back to the first moment of duality – where there are glimpses of that which is one in the form of ethereal light, celestial music, intangible sensibility or taste.** In Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, this is also called a perfect moment.

When the internet is down, the thoughts about what is possible to accomplish in cyberspace fade out. And until the internet returns, so does the image of what you appear to be there. See also the article The formlessness of that which is you is not in a world defined by time and space.

In some ways this is similar to a state of not-knowing, where thoughts that seem to manifest you as someone definitive do not pass by anymore, so that there is nobody to attribute any thought with a specific meaning, which means there is nothing to hope for, and that is pure bliss.

Nobody knows this, however, before the state of not-knowing is over, and the sweet memories of it reminds you of the bliss that comes from not believing to be someone definitive.

Since a perfect moment is a state of not-knowing, it is not before it is over, that you via vague memories of it become aware, it is also a state of bliss. This is not the same as the enlightenment of that which is one though because that is not a state. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Since a perfect moment is a state of not-knowing, it is not before it is over, that you from the vague memories of it remember the pure bliss that arose from not believing to be someone definitive or maybe from the otherworldly visions you may have had. Be aware though that the visions you had have had are glimpses of that which is one and not that which is one since that can neither be seen, heard, felt or smelt, as it takes more than one to experience something.

Check the article The enlightenment of that which is one versus glimpses of it, if you want to read more about this – or go through hack #6-7.3 The inner senses, enlightenment of that which is one and glimpses of it.

As already said, cancelling out the difference between the opposite sides of one contrast – anyone will do – is enough to carry you into a perfect moment. But since there are many other contrasts, it ends when you again feel disturbed by the experience of something, you compulsive categorise as a specific feeling and out of habit try to exclude by justifying it with the world.

Being distracted by a world defined by time and space is of course not a problem, when you are willing to include the distraction. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

In a perfect moment nothing there are no disturbances, because even though the outer senses still perceive a world full of opposing contrasts, the inner ones do not interpret their apparent difference to make a difference.*** According to them everything is neutral. That is until something is judged to be so wrong or unjust, that it triggers hidden feelings – for example sorrow, anger or anxiety – and you do not include but exclude them by blaming the world for having caused them – or simply doping yourself with food, shopping, music, meditation or pills.

This does mean that you cannot dope yourself with something to become more relaxed. Sometimes the use of traditional or alternative medicine or treatment may bring you in a better position to not exclude but include the horror of feelings.

In the case of Alexius, he finds lots of the suggestions from Dave Asprey, Bulletproof useful in regards to charge the body and its brain. He has no affiliation with Bulletproof though. Nor does he share its goal, which seems to be the usual one of enhancing the personality instead of phasing it out – not knowing that it is the belief in being someone definitive which is the source of all suffering.

You can read about what Alexius himself does in regards to the body in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, Intro and there is more about enhancing the personality versus phasing it out in hack #3.3 Phasing out the personality by not being exclusive.

If you, however, choose to include the disturbing feeling, for example hate, a perfect moment returns. To include hate is similar to the inclusion of irritation. In other words, the inclusion of something, whether judged to be from the past or the present, is to be nothing but that, so that there is not something to contrast the included and consequently nothing to define it as a specific experience, Hence its contrast – in this case, love – cannot be defined as a specific experience either. Thus there is nothing but the bliss of emptiness.

By not excluding but fully including that you feel like nothing, the contrast of it, namely that you are everything, is also fully included – and so there is nothing to define and therefore to limit you as someone definitive. Thus you are in a state of not-knowing, which is pure bliss.

It is so easy appearing to be someone definitive, when you do not believe to be that, because then you are never alone. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Instead of cancelling out the apparent difference between the opposite sides of various contrasts by including them one after the other, you can include a main contrast – for example right and wrong – via being nothing but one side of that contrast.*****

Since lots of contrasts are a variation of this one – for example good and bad***** – the apparent difference between the two sides in a myriad of other contrasts will be cancelled out as well. Thus the experience of being someone definitive falls apart, so there is nobody to be bothered about what and where you appear to be. That is a perfect moment.

If the boxes like this one, that pop up here, there and everywhere in this article, seem disturbing in regards to being focused and centred, you have gotten it right. They are meant to do that.

Multitasking or defocussing facilitates a perfect moment. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

To be in a state of not-knowing, you must stop caring about being centred, in balance or to focus and concentrate, as that is deeply founded in separating everything into categories, which is a way of excluding those feelings you do not like by placing them in mental boxes.

In regards to getting into a state of not-knowing multitasking is much more beneficial, because it distracts the brain from focusing, so that it becomes difficult to categorise an experience as different from another. You can read more about multitasking and defocussing in the hack No Monotasking But Multitasking. See Extra Duality Hacks.

The nectar of life also facilitates defocussing and therefore a perfect moment, which you can read about in the article Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment.

You should, of course not attempt to drive a car or something else that requires worldly attention in a state of not-knowing. But sitting in a bus, for example, is great for that.

The most basic contrast to include is that of the empty breath, which syncs the inner and outer senses. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

An even more basic contrast to include is breathing in and out. The story of that contrast, however, is not part of this article, but it is part of hack #4, A state of not-knowing is nothing but bliss. If you quickly want to connect with the empty breath, that syncs the inner and outer senses so that peace from the inner ones makes you indifferent to the world of the outer ones, jump straight to the article Take-offs to ´the empty breath´,.

There is no more connection between the body and the mind than for example between the body and the clothes its wearing.

The empty breath also undoes the belief in a body-mind connection. The mind is mental, so it has no understanding of the body, which it looked at as a place to get rid of mental problems by dumping them in the stomach, the back and the neck, for example.

A state of not-knowing is not an out-of-body experience, neither an experience of uniting higher powers with the body, but a state of empty space. See the article Believing to be in or outside the body is equally insane.

The body is therefore much better off without the interference of the mind – especially as the body is perfectly equipped to heal itself. You can read more about the unfortunate belief in a body-mind connection, that has caused so many psychosomatic disorders, in the next article The absence of noise and silence is a perfect moment and hack #4.3 To be a basic self is to be good enough.

Not being exclusive but inclusive is comparable to a person having Alzheimer. Although there appear to be someone there, it is not someone definitive. But contrary to having Alzheimer not believing to be someone definitive is a state of bliss. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If you had not excluded something from your personality by blaming others for it, so you can be defined by what they are and you are not, you would not be upset every time they remind you of what you excluded. No worries. As your experience of the present is shaped by the past, the inclusion of a present experience undoes the past as well, and therefore also the definition of you, so next time somebody remind you of the past, there is nobody to be upset about that.

In case you prefer going straight to a perfect moment without having to deal with contrasts or inner and outer senses, you include what you experience to be in this very moment completely unedited. This is not similar to the concept of living in the now, as that is an edited version of a moment, where specific thoughts and feelings are excluded, for example those of the past and the future.

Any moment is a construction of thoughts founded on the past – also living in the now, as there would be no such concept without the past. But when thoughts are included, they become non definable, and so there is neither past, future or now, but a state of not-knowing, which is a perfect moment. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

You can read more about a perfect moment versus the concept of living in the now in the article To see nothing is to not hide that which is you.

In the article What is freedom!? you can read about the illusion of linear time, and that everything happens simultaneously.

The way to a perfect moment is simply to include all thoughts and feelings, whether they appear to be positive or negative, are associated with the past or whatnot.

No need to wonder if hidden feelings from the past has been left out, when you include what you appear to be in the present moment, because that is the sum of the past. You do not even have to worry, if everything in the present moment is fully included, as willingness to so is all that is required.****

Anyway, all thoughts and feelings are related to the past in the sense that your experience of the present is based on your past interpretations of them. Simply put, your present state of mind is the sum of the past, or rather one side of it, so by completely including that, there is not something to contrast it, and consequently nothing to define you. Hence you are in a state of not-knowing, which is a perfect moment.

A perfect moment is not perfect in the sense that there is no heavy wind, for example, but that nobody is bothered by it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

A perfect moment is a disappointment in the sense, that it is not an experience of perfection in the world of the outer senses but the usual affair of imperfection. In the world of the inner senses though it is perfect, because in spite of still appearing to be someone definitive experiencing the world of the outer senses, the inner senses do not identify with this experience, so nothing is perceived to be wrong or missing.

This does not mean that you do not appear to be someone in a world defined by time and space anymore, but that nobody is worried about the appearance of it. Hence thoughts and feelings are not considered to be tools for manifesting you as someone special but simply for navigating in a world defined by time and space. Pain, for example, is used to stop the body from walking on a broken leg and fear from walking out in front of a car.

You are not turned into a strong and powerful being by a perfect moment. More likely you are gonna be like the grass, that everybody steps on. But unlike a proud and powerful tree that breaks when faced with a heavy storm, you bend and rise again when the storm has gone.

Yet pain does not cause someone to suffer, neither does fear cause anyone to be frightening when there is no identification with what you appear to be. For the same reason, thoughts are not experienced to result in anything specific.

Since the experience of you as someone substantial in a tangible world defined by time and space is a construction of specific thoughts, it falls apart when inclusion undoes the apparent separation between thoughts. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Meditation is not needed to stop thoughts, when nobody is having them.

In other words, thoughts and feelings do not appear to have any effect on you or the world perceived to be outside of you, nor do they appear to have been caused by you or anything else, when they are not excluded but included, as that render them non-definable. This is why, the thought construction you believed to be has fallen apart, and a perfect moment is a state of not-knowing.

Although a perfect moment does not seem to last, every moment is a perfect moment – just like the sun keeps also shines, when it is covered by clouds.

As a perfect moment is a state of not-knowing, it must end if you want to experience the apparent excitement of a world defined by time and space. Yet it also ends if there is no longing for something definable because formlessness is that which is one and it takes more than one to be in any kind of state. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

This state of not-knowing, will not last very long though if the excitement of being someone definitive in a world defined by time and space seems more attractive than the emptiness of not-knowing. If so you probably twist it into an experience of something definable, for example joy or love, so that you again are someone definitive experiencing something specific in a world defined by time and space. Should this be your choice, stand by it, because by doing so, you are able to undo it.

Trying to understand inclusiveness and categorise when, why or how long you are in a perfect moment before you either pick up the experience of time and space again or completely leave it behind, you complicate things. To be inclusive is simply to not be exclusive, and as that results in a state of not-knowing, you will not get there through understanding.

Neither will a perfect moment last if you are not attracted to the apparent excitement of a world defined by time and space, because if the experience of it is not picked up relatively quickly******, there is not something to cover that which cannot be experienced, namely the formlessness of that which is one, and as it takes more than one to be in any kind of state, a perfect moment is over.

The world that you experience is devised by you. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Since life is that which is one and it requires more than one to be seen, life is not visible. So the more you are not seen, the more you are alive. As the world is in the eye of the beholder, you are not seen, when you do not perceive the apparent differences of the world to make a difference.

Simply put, as long as you appear to be in a world defined by time and space, a perfect moment is on and off. And it is more off than on because if the experience of time and space is not regularly repeated, there does not seem to be something substantial to disguise, that all there is and ever was is the formlessness of that which is one since formlessness has no beginning or end. But just a split second of a perfect moment makes the time off from it much lighter.

Nothing needs to be avoided or made better in order to enter a perfect moment. Actually, it is the inclusion of hatred and other feelings, that are avoided by hiding it in your body or projecting it onto others, that makes a moment perfect. In other words, love or a special understanding is not a requirement, but willingness to include the moment as it is more than enough.**** Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Alexius is diagnosed with IBS, so in order not to upset the body, specific foods must be excluded from his diet. Nothing though needs to be excluded from his body or the mind in order to enter a perfect moment, so whether the body is upset or the mind is pure makes no difference, as long as what he appears to be is completely included.

Should he try to edit this appearance in favour of a better one, a perfect moment is not fenced off, if he is willing to also include the attempt to control his image.****

Since there is no more than the formlessness of oneness, a world defined by time and space is an illusion – inclusive the article you just have read. If, however, it has facilitated you seeing that you are in a perfect moment which is no different from the first moment of believing to be outside of that which is one.

If you remain there, this moment will also be your last as someone appearing to be outside of that which is one, because the belief that there is more than that which is one is undone by a perfect moment.

APPENDIX ABOUT ALEXIUS :
As you probably have read in the above article, Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings seems to come from an astral source Alexius calls Gudruång.******* They are received as unspeakable frequencies, so in order to pick the appropriate words for translating them into the language of a world defined by time and space, he must have had experiences in such a world, that relates to the messages of them. See also Metaphysical Intro of the Enlightened Non-Teacher.

This does not apply to the enlightenment of that which is one, as that cannot be experienced. His writings about that is rather based on vague memories of when he has stepped aside, so all thoughts making up what he appears to be in a world defined by time and space is extracted by a light so bright that there is not something left to gracefully fall through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one. You can read more about that in hack #4.

According to science the world consists of 99.9999999 percent empty space. The rest, despite it is also empty space and just like a dream consists of nothing substantial, is perceived to be elements of matter making up what we believe to be and see. In other words, the experience of a material world and us as tangible beings in it is make-believe.

In a world defined by time and space, we all are conditioned to confirm its appearances to be substantial and not just empty space. Hence he constantly has to bypass this conditioning, when writing Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings in the same way as he has to bypass the spell checker in a Spanish text editor if he wants to write something in English to prevent the spellchecker from converting English words into Spanish ones, which may have very little to do with what he is trying to express in English.

img_2265

In each our own way we hope it is possible to live in a world of like-minded people with whom we can share everything. And though it never works out like that, we are conditioned to keep hoping. Nobody is allowed to truth, namely that loving each other in a merry-go-round world is an illusion. There is nobody to love, because there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one, as formlessness is endless. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The reason this and other articles have been upgraded – or are in the process of it – could be that in the beginning of translating the frequencies from Gudruång into Enlightened Non-Teachings, Alexius sometimes used words in such a way, that they rather confirmed the belief in a world defined by time and space than facilitated the undoing of it.

Part of this could be that he unconsciously tried to incorporate some of his own ideas from the past. Yet it was probably mostly because often he could not find the appropriate words for translating the frequencies. He had no idea of the scope of them, least of all that they would evolve into actually hacks to undo the belief in duality. See Duality Hacks and the others in Extra Duality Hacks and More Duality Hacks.

He just had the vague memories of the enlightenment of that which is one to count on, and as that is totally wordless, there was no words to be found there. It was also not before in the process of writing Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings that he realised, he had to clearly distinguish between the enlightenment of that which is one and glimpses of it.

To make long short, though he did not have enough words to choose from, when he started translating the frequencies from Gudruång into Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, the words revealed themselves in the process of translating the frequencies.

The above article was originally a note in the previous one If included, irritation undoes the belief in duality, but when Alexius revised that article the note just grew longer and longer and ended up as a long article. Congratulations if you have made it this far.

The inclusion of a feeling does not mean, that you will never experience this vibration again. Yet you will never experience it as a specific feeling, that has the ability to upset you.

To make long short, the revision of this article took a long time. Several side notes turned into new articles, and in order to write about the inclusion of feelings, Alexius had to spend quite some time going through the horror of recognising forgotten ones in himself.

So you can rest assured that if heavy memories are triggered in your process of inclusiveness, he has been there too. This, of course, also applies, if you enter a perfect moment. Actually, in the process of writing this article, he was constantly going in and out of perfect moments in order to find words for being in a state of not-knowing and leaving it in favour for the apparent excitement of a world defined by time and space or the peace from the formlessness of that which is one.

*****) Other main contrasts to include if you want to speed up the process of undoing the belief in being someone definitive are within and without, past and future, giving and receiving plus high and low. The latter is very much in the family of good and bad, and for some, this may apply to the first one as well (more about good and bad in the coming article In a perfect moment everything is alright as it is). The most basic contrast, however, is expansion and contraction. If you connect with the empty breath (see the article Take-offs to ´the empty breath´) this rhythmic contrast will slowly but surely undo itself and thereby the whole experience of a physical or astral world, as it is based on the belief that it is possible to expand and contract something (see the article ´Alone together´ you bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one).

NOTES:

NOTE: This article is part of hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is pure bliss.

If included, irritation undoes the belief in duality

You are bound to feel divided between contrast like right and wrong in a world of duality, and as that which is you is no different from that which is one, it feels irritating to deal with separation. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

You cannot avoid irritation when you believe to be in a world of duality because, in order to uphold this belief you must always choose between contrasts like good and bad, right and wrong and so on. And as this is a confirmation of separation and that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one, choosing feels as if you are disconnected.

The belief in separation entails fear of intimacy, as that undoes separation. The graphic is grabbed from Ello.

When irritation is not excluded by blaming somebody or something else for having caused it, but instead included in the experience of what you appear to be, the belief in separation cannot be upheld.

But the intimacy that this entails seems is scary to most, so they prefer to maintain the belief in separation by justifying feelings as caused by something outside of themselves.

Most do not want to have this exposed, as that will question their belief in being someone definitive separated from the formlessness of that which is one, so they hide the cause of irritation by blaming something judged to be outside of them for upsetting them.

In order to feel good as someone definitive you choose to blame somebody experienced to be outside of you for being bad, so that there wrong appearance justify your feeling of discomfort and hide the denial of that which is you.

In other words, by accusing somebody of being bad, they seem to have caused your irritation and not your denial of that which is you. But as that again involves choosing, it upholds the belief in separation, which is the cause of irritation, so even though you seem to have proved others to be bad and you to be good, and therefore should be happy, that is not how you feel.

Most believe that it will make you feel good, when what they think is wrong has been made right. But the problem is not good versus bad, but that you have to choose between them, because that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one. In other words, you are not made to choose, as that requires more than one. In a world of duality though choice cannot be avoided. Yet you can choose not to choose. The is the choice of peace. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Most believe that they will feel good when something has been made right. The problem though is not good versus bad, but that you feel disconnected when choosing between the opposites of a contrast, because that which is you is no different from that which is one, and it requires more than one to choose. Choosing, however, cannot be avoided in a world of duality. But if you choose not to choose, there is no separation to confirm a world of duality. The graphic is grabbed from Ello.

Irritation is enhanced every time it is justified, because blaming somebody or something else for how you feel is only possible when you believe in separation, which is the cause of irritation.

Nevertheless, you keep on hoping that this underlying feeling of discomfort will go away when something judged to be wrong has been fixed. So you compulsively look for something to make better, but as that enhances the belief in separation so is the feeling of irritation.

There would not be nothing to make better, if you did not believe in separation. This belief is therefore enhanced every time you think about helping somebody or improving something.

Feelings of frustrations can be compared with a traffic sign saying, you are going the wrong way. This is not to say, that feeling them is wrong. On the contrary. It is justifying them, that is going the wrong way, because by doing that they are excluded instead of included. If included to the extent that you are nothing but what you feel, you are set free, because a feeling cannot survive on its own. It has to be contrasted in order to be felt as something specific, so when there is nothing else than that, you are set free from duality. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Feelings of frustrations can be compared to a traffic sign saying, you are going the wrong way. This is not to say, feelings should be avoided. It is justifying them, that leads the wrong way because by doing so, they are excluded instead of included. If a feeling is included to the extent, that you are nothing but that, the belief in being someone definitive cannot be upheld, because you can only be felt as someone definitive by experiencing you are contrasted by somebody else – just like you would not be able to see the white letters in the above sign, if they were not contrasted by another colour. In other words, when there is nothing else than what you feel, it cannot be felt as something specific anymore. Hence there is nothing, and so there is nothing to define duality. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

No worries. Irritation is simply a warning sign saying, you cannot go down this road, because it takes more than one to feel something and you are that which is one. So if irritation is not excluded by being justified as caused by others but instead included as it is experienced by you*, it disappears, as without exclusion there is no separation.

This does not necessarily mean, your appearance as someone definitive in a world of duality is over, but that the belief to be someone definitive is replaced by pretending to be it. When that is over, and as what you pretend to be, you are not, nobody returns to the formlessness of that which is one. Since it takes more than one to exist, this is a ´return´ to non-existence.

Even though inclusiveness, as described in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings in some ways, may be similar to the Jungian idea of integrating the shadow side of the personality, it is not an attempt to be whole, spiritual or being anything at all, as to be something requires more than one.

Neither is inclusiveness about owning your flaws since that is a confirmation of being someone definitive. Nor is it the same as accepting the unknown dark side of the personality, as that is to accept exclusion and therefore the imprisonment of separation, whereas inclusion leaves nothing to accept, which is freedom.

Inclusiveness, as described in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, is simply about undoing the belief in being someone at all.

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The less contrast there is, the less there is to see. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

To feel something you must exclude the formlessness of that which is you, as you can only feel something when it is contrasted by something judged to be different from it, and nothing differs from each other in the formlessness of that which is you.

While you believe to be in a world of duality, however, you do not have to hesitate to ask your neighbours to be more quiet, if they are experienced to disturb you. By all means, go ahead and blame them, but be grateful also that they have made you aware, how irritating it is to judge them to be something you are not and therefore as separated from you. This gratefulness will set you free to follow the flow, that slowly but surely undoes the belief in separation.

Going with the flow, you do not try to exclude the feeling of irritation by projecting it onto somebody or something else – a back that hurts, for example – but instead include it completely undiminished and unedited in all its horror, which it is when you are nothing but annoyed. When there is no other feeling than irritation, there is not something to contrast it, which means it cannot be experienced as something specific, and so the belief in separation cannot be upheld.

It is not only feeling irritated, which is your salvation when included. This applies to any feeling, whether so-called positive or negative. If you go all the way and fully experience a feeling – no matter it seems to relate to the past or the present – you will be so merged with it, that there is nothing to contrast it, which means it cannot be experienced and therefore return to the nothingness from where it came. Hence there is nothing to uphold the belief in duality. The graphic is grabbed from Ello.

What is said in the above about irritation also applies to other so-called negative feelings – rejection, anger and inferiority, for instance – that you normally try to exclude by justifying them as caused by your boss or somebody else. It also applies to so-called good feelings, if they are justified by being caused by somebody*. When you, for example, assume a feeling of love is caused by your spouse, it has been excluded and not included, so that separation is experienced as real and oneness as false.

Not to believe somebody or something is in need of fixing is to not believe that you are someone definitive. Hence there is no belief hiding that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one, which means there is nothing to choose and therefore nothing to cause irritation.

To make long short, if you want to have the belief in separation undone, it makes no difference what you seem to feel while believing to be someone definitive. That is if you do not exclude what you experience to feel by compulsively justifying it as caused by somebody or something, but include it totally undiminished and unedited, which is done by being nothing but what you experience to feel.

In order to define something, something else must be excluded, so that it can define what you want to experience. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

In order for something to be defined, something must be excluded, so that the excluded defines what you believe to experience. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The belief in separation can also be undone by simply perceiving everything in a world of duality as symbols of non-duality. Exclusion is necessary to perceive such a world, but when perceiving it to be a symbol of non-duality, the separation it seems to cause is just another symbol of non-duality. See hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life.

Applying hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation is also gonna undo the belief separation.

It does not matter which one of these hacks that you use or if they are mixed. It all boils down to acknowledging, that just like in a dream, you do not know what and where you are.

Without contrasts a world where there seems to be more than one cannot be experienced. So when both sides of contrast, for example light and darkness, are included, there is nothing to experience and thus nothing to hide that which cannot be experienced, since it takes more than one to experience something. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

As it takes more than one to include something, and there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless, it is of course just as illusionary to be inclusive as it is to be exclusive. But contrary to exclusiveness, which enhances the belief in separation, inclusiveness undoes it.

When not being exclusive but inclusive there is no need to hide unpleasant feelings, since they are cancelled out when included. Thus you are free to hate somebody as much as like or love your cat with all what you have.

That being said, by excluding what you judge not to be special you can enjoy appearing to be special and still having the belief in being someone at all undone if you include what you exclude (see Duality Hack #3) or perceive the excluded as a symbol of that which is one (see Duality Hack #2) or you pretend to be special (see Duality Hack #1).

This does not mean, however, that the duality hacks will transform you into the formlessness of that which is one because whether you appear to be so-called spiritual or mundane, your appearance is nothing but empty space. The hacks simply replace the belief, that you are someone definitive with the belief that you are a symbol of oneness or the belief that you pretend to be someone you are not, or that you are alone together with a vision of a world where there seems to be more than one (respectively Duality Hack #2, Duality Hack #1 and Duality Hack #8).

Since there is no more than that which is one, because it is formless and therefore endless, a world where there seems to be more than one is make-believe. And as there is no exception from this, the duality hacks in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are also make-believe. Yet they undo the belief, that it is possible to be someone definitive. Hence there is nobody to believe anything.

Though these beliefs are just as illusionary as any other one, they undo them all – including those about transformation, soul, divine consciousness, awakening and whatnot. Hence the belief that you are someone definitive does not seem to hide, there is no more than the formlessness of oneness since formlessness is endless.

*) See the below articles regarding projections and justifications as a way to exclude something so that you can be defined as someone definitive by what has been excluded.

NOTE: This article is part of hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is pure bliss.

To define something is to define nothing

Science states that the world, where we appear to be, consists of 99.9999999 percent empty space. The rest, 0,0000001 percent, is also empty, but is perceived to be matter, although – just like in a dream – there is nothing substantial there. The experience of you as a someone tangible amongst similar ones in a world defined by time and space is simply a fantasy you are having alone together*. Everything you believe to happen in this adventure is inside your own little imaginary bubble of time and space. This includes your interpretation of what you believe to read now**. The graphic is grabbed from Ello.

Science states that the world, we seem to see and feel, consists of 99.9999999 per cent empty space. The rest, despite it, is also empty space and just like a dream consists of nothing substantial, is perceived to be elements of matter making up a world defined by time and space. In other words, the experience of a material world and you as someone tangible there separated from other tangible appearances is make-believe. So regardless of the experience of the world is perceived to be direct, spiritual or mundane, everything it is an imagination within your own little imaginary capsule of time and space. Thus it is a fantasy you are having alone together* – also how you interpret this article**. The graphic is grabbed from Ello.

The specific form you appear to be in a world defined by time and space is perceived to move closer or further away from those experienced to be separated from it, or as if they move closer or further away from it in time and space.

Everything experienced is inside your own little imaginary capsule of time and space. That is why the world is in the eye of the beholder, and that you are alone together*.

But as that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one and as formlessness is endless, there is no more than that which is one. In other words, the experience of a world defined by time and space, where you appear to be someone tangible meeting others who seem just as substantial, is a fantasy. You are alone together* in your own imaginary capsule of time and space.

»Grown ups must make reality more attractive, if they want us to not constantly surf the web«, said two young schoolgirls, who like many others consider a virtual world more exciting.

The world is your own bubble of time and space. There is nobody in it, neither you. It is all a fantasy. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The world that you experience is in your own bubble of time and space. There is nobody in it, neither you. It is a fantasy made out of nothing, and by nobody. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Yet you believe this capsule of time and space is real, and that what you experience there is separated from you.

This you choose to believe, because the one and the only possibility of the formlessness of that which is one, namely everlasting peace, is considered dull compared to the countless possibilities of a world where there seems to be more than one.

As oneness is formless and therefore endless, there is no more than that which is one, so meeting someone is not possible.

But no matter how much more you believe to be and have, you will never be satisfied, because there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one, as what is formless is endless. Neither will it satisfy you to stop looking for more, since it takes more than one to be satisfied.

There is no need for satisfaction though when your state of mind is not justified***, as that makes you non-definable and nobody, therefore, is meeting nobody, which is the only meeting possible.

PART 2:
The formlessness of that which is one seems very restricted when you want more than that which is one. Hence you start to wonder if oneness is all there is. And next, you look outside of it to see if there could be more than one.

Looking for more though is an illusion, regardless you look inside or outside of that which is one because it is formless and therefore has no sides. Besides it requires more than one to look for something and as formlessness is endless and therefore everything, there is no more than that which is one. Nevertheless, you imagine there is a world outside of it, where there is more than one and with you like another one.

In such a place it is experienced as if there is more than one place to go and more than one to meet, but just like a dreamer remains the same in the very same place while having a dream with different appearances in different places, that which is you remain the formlessness of that which is one while appearing to be someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Even in a world where there seems to be more than one, it is a well-known secret, such a world is an illusion because according to scientific research, the whole world is empty space. In other words, when you see and feel something tangible, it is make-believe.

There is no more than the formlessness of that which is one, so believing that the experience of appearances – whether they appear to be spiritual or material – is real, you are lost in the imagination, that it is possible to be and have more than the formlessness of that which is one.

And you will remain lost, as long as you believe there is a soulmate, god and whatnot to be found, or there is anything to learn except that there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one.

While you are lost in the imagination of being and having more than the formlessness of that which is one, a way to undo the craving for more is to really go for more, because doing so you will realise, that no matter how much more you become or get it does not lasts. And as reality must last in order to be real, you learn that a world where there seems to be more than one is not real.

Knowing that you are relieved because this means – presuming that you are real – you are not there, and so there is nothing to worry about.

There is nobody in a dream – not even the one that appears to be dreaming it. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

In a dream, you are together with nobody, although it may appear as if there is somebody. In other words, you are alone together with whomever you perceive to be there. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

*) Alone together can be compared to having a dream in the sense that everything that appears to happen in it – no matter how and where it is experienced to be – is actually happening in you. And though there seem to be many different appearances, they are not really there. There is nobody but you.
