++ Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment

There is no life in the world. It is to be compared to a dream, which, no matter how beautiful it may appear, is an illusion.

Although the formlessness of that which is one it is the power making it possible to simulate a world where there seems to be more than one, it is not possible for it to be in the simulation – just like it is not possible for the street simulated in this image to be in the picture, or for a dreamer to be in the dream empowered by it.

When the formlessness of life is perceived as the sole cause of any experience – whether so-called spiritual or mundane – you never play somebody else´s game. Even if it may seem so, they are not the reason for what you appear to do and say. Neither is the person you seem to be.

There is only one reason for your apparent thoughts, feelings, conversations and actions, namely the formlessness of life. In other words, it is not someone definitive who thinks, feels, says or does something.

As life is formless and thus without beginning and end, everything definable is lifeless. Yet everything without life symbolises it, because there is no more than the formlessness of life.

This does not mean that it is the formlessness of life that thinks, feels, says or does something. But that it is the energy which makes it possible to experience as if someone is doing this, although there is no more than the formlessness of life since formlessness has no beginning or end.

Neither does it mean, that you have found the formlessness of life in a world defined by time and space, but that everything there is perceived to be a symbol of it. As both the experiencer and the experienced therefore are symbols of that which makes it possible to perceive a world where the formlessness of life seems to be divided into more than one, the apparent differences in such a world do not make a difference.

The echo of that which is one, which often is symbolised by the words Aum, Sohang or The Word of God and which comes from the edge of the universe can be heard or felt right now via the inner senses, because they are not limited by time and space.

Hearing or feeling the echo of life
Appearing in a world defined by time and space as a symbol of the formlessness of life, you do not pump up the volume of music to hear or feel it, but to be reminded that it is the formlessness of life that makes it possible to have the experience of hearing and feeling something.

The echo of oneness does not reveal what that which is one is, but what it is not, namely the nothingness in which you believe to be someone definitive in a tangible world.

This is not to say, that the formlessness of life can be heard and/or felt in a world defined by time and space. It is not possible to hear or feel formlessness. But it is possible to hear the echo of it coming from the edge of the universe. This unpronounceable vibration, which often is symbolised by Aum, Sohang or The Word of God, is heard or felt when you are more attentive to the world of the inner senses than that of the outer ones.

The Hebrew word Elohim was originally a symbol for one perpetual present.

The word god, which is a translation of the Hebrew word Elohim, was at first meant to be a metaphor for that which is one and never ends. Hence the word god was originally meant to symbolise one perpetual present. As this is not understandable, when you believe to be someone in a world of linear time, the meaning of the word gradually was changed, so that god became a symbol for one almighty force believed to have created the world defined by time and space in its own image.

But what is not definable cannot create something definable. Hence a world defined by time and space is an illusion and so is the perceived creator of such a world.

As none of the aspects of the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be experienced, the experience of hearing or feeling the unpronounceable vibration coming from the edge of the universe is not the enlightenment of that which is one but a glimpse of it. Neither is seeing or tasting the enlightenment of that which is one, since it is an experience and therefore just as illusionary as any other experience (see All experiences are equally unreal).

But as these illusionary glimpses of enlightenment is not of the world experienced by the outer senses but by the inner senses, experiencing them from there while still being aware of the world of the outer senses, they have the capacity to undo the deception of the outer senses – not abruptly like the enlightenment of that which is one, but little by little. In the world of the outer senses you must always plan for the future in order to uphold the illusion of linear time.

The more the outer senses, that perceive a world defined by time and space, is turned inwards, the more a world not limited by time and space is experienced by the inner senses. This is why it takes no time to go to the edge of the universe (you can read more about the illusion of time by clicking here) – where the echo of the primordial vibration, that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises, is used to create a fantasy of a world constructed by time and space in such a way that it seems to be real until you hear or feel this echo.

»With every exhalation the soul recites ‘Hang’ and with every inhalation it recites ‘So’. Thus every soul counts the mantra of Sohang (So plus Hang) twenty-one thousand and six-hundred times every day and night.« Gherand Samhita, stanza 84.

In Eastern religions the echo of god or rather one perpetual present is symbolised by the word ´Aum´ or ´Sohang´ and in the New Testament by ´The Word of God´: »In the origin The Word had been existing and That Word had been existing with God and That Word was himself God.« John 1:1, Aramaic Bible in Plain English.

One who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one perceives ´The Word´ in the above quote as a metaphor for the unpronounceable vibration you hear or feel when not being totally focused on experiencing the world of the outer senses. The unenlightened, however, speculates about what exact words this is hinting at, even though there is not a single verse in the Bible referring to ´The Word of God´, as if it is written or can be spoken.

The vibration that AUM or Sohang symbolizes comes from the edge of the universe, which is only far away if you let yourself be deceived by a world defined by linear time as experienced through the outer senses.

Glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one is an echo of the formlessness of oneness coming out of a black hole at the edge of the universe. This includes the vibration that is often symbolised by the words Aum, Sohang or The Word of God and which is as close to you, as anything else you experience to be close in the world of the outer senses, if you are not deceived by them into believing that you are constricted by the definitions of time and space. The world of the inner senses is not ruled by these definitions, so there you can go directly to the edge of the universe and hear or feel the formlessness of that which is one coming out of a black hole. It is also there that you see or taste it.

One way to turn the outer senses inwards in order to hear or feel the echo of oneness is to not be exclusive but inclusive. When you include all that you hear or feel completely unedited – or rather are willing to do so – the sum of everything in the world of the outer senses is heard as a humming coming from the edge of the universe. It sounds or feels like nothing and everything at the same time.

In such a perfect moment you appear to be both in the world of the outer and inner senses at the same time but without any sense of separation between them. A perfect moment though is not a moment where you are filled up with new energy or anything else since you are indifferent to the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one. Being that, however, is very blissful.

Be aware that the ways described in this article to have glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one will not work, if you look forward to be or have more in a spiritual, mental, emotional or materialistic way. This does not mean, you must avoid being or having more but not care about how much.

The third eye
Appearing in the world as a symbol of life you do not close your eyes to go to sleep, but to see glimpses of the formlessness of life, which is done via the inner sense called the third eye, that is a single ´eye´ in the middle of the two eyes above the two eyebrows.

»The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.« Matt 6:22, King James Bible. This makes much sense to one who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one but obviously not to the unenlightened, because in the new international version of the New Testament this sentence has been changed to: »The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are healthy, your whole body will be full of light.«

How this makes sense to the unenlightened, Alexius does not know. Yet he knows it makes no sense to one who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

When you for whatever reason – maybe due to being very desperate, drunk or tired – have no energy to focus, the enlightenment of that which is one is bid welcome. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The enlightenment of that which is one is bid welcome by completely closing down the outer senses. First time this happened for Alexius was when he in his early 20s returned home totally exhausted after a long nights work of taxi driving and simply was too tired to focus.

In other words, to be offbeat, exhausted, confused or maybe even drunk is a way to close the outer senses, so that there is no world to see and therefore nothing to hide the enlightenment of that which is one. In fact anything that is not part of a scheme to fabricate images defined by time and space will do.

If that includes drugs Alexius does not know, because he has not experienced them. Yet he can say that from looking at others taking drugs, that it seems to be more about expanding the consciousness of a world where there seems to be more than one than undoing it.

»Direct your eyes toward the middle of the eyebrows and meditate upon your own self. It is Shambhavi Mudra, the most secret practice of all the Tantra scriptures.« Gherand Samhita, stanza 59.

The positioning of the body, while activating the third eye, does not matter, as long as the body does not bother you.

Practically speaking you can close the visual outer sense and open the inner eye by closing the eyes and lightly, without any concentration, hold a finger on the third eye. It is best to do this in a dark room, so you do not think the revelation of light comes from the world of the outer senses.

If something like this is dechiffered into different colors and forms, you will have glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, but if you do not judge any colors or forms to be different from each other the apparent differences will explode into one bright light.

If having an inner vision like this and it is deciphered into an experience of different colours and shapes around a centre, it is a glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one. If you on the other hand do not judge the apparent different colours and forms to make a difference or to come from somewhere specific, one bright and colourless light, that seems to explode from out of nowhere wipes out all thoughts collected to form you into someone definitive, so that there is nothing to hide that there never was and never will be anything else than the formlessness of oneness, because formlessness has no end.

As the sense of sight is always looks for the greatest contrast of light, your closed eyes automatically search around in the darkness until they move inwards and upwards towards the third eye from where they settle down at a light show expose at such a speed that the apparent contrast between the splashes of colours hardly can be perceived.

If no contrasts are perceived at all the colours turn into a white light, that is so bright that it is not contrasted by something or illuminating anything. That is the enlightenment of that which is one.

»Touching eyeballs as a feather, lightness between them opens into the heart and there permeates the cosmos.« Sochanda Tantra, stanza 13.

If your eyes do not automatically move inwards and upwards into the area of the inner senses, that is above the eyebrows, you may help them by gently pressing the thumb and middle finger across each eyeball from outer corner to inner, while having the forefinger on the third eye.

But this is not really commendable, since even the slightest effort requires focus, and it is not focus but defocus that bids welcome the enlightenment of that which is one or glimpses of it. Furthermore this may give you the impression that certain physical postures will open the third eye.

None of the inner senses can be reached via a specific posture or way of thinking. Deactivating the outer senses, however, can be achieved in this way, so if you find a specific technique that seems to be helpful in this regard by all means go for it. Yet the fastest way to deactivate the outer senses is to not know what and where you are.

»… and there shall be no light there, and they need no candle there, neither the light of the sun, for the Lord God giveth them light.« Rev. 22:5

The thought construction that seems to keep you together as someone tangible is left at the edge of a black hole.

The thought construction that seems to keep you together as someone tangible must be left at the edge of a black hole, so that there is nothing to gracefully fall into the formlessness of oneness.

When you momentarily do not know what and where you are, there is nobody to prevent glimpses of enlightenment to merge into one bright white light, namely the enlightenment of that which is one, which extracts all thoughts, that you have hold onto in order to appear as someone definitive, and leave them at the edge of what may look like a black hole, so that there is nobody to experience the nothingness of you gracefully falling into the formlessness of that which is one.

Enlightenment is not an out-of-the-body experience as it is not an experience, but its preliminary stage of bliss and compassion, which is connected to the world via the pineal gland, is an experience that is often perceived to be out-of-the-body.

Enlightenment of that which is one is not an out-of-body experience. It is not an experience at al. But its preliminary stages of bliss and compassion, which in the world may to be connected with the pineal gland, is something that can be experienced as an out-of-body experience.

Most, however, are afraid of loosing their identity, so they settle for glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, which is like a blissful out-of-body experience – presumably linked to the pineal gland, that appears to foster states like that.

If you are not tempted to stop at this state of bliss, but to go where someone definitive cannot go, namely into the enlightenment of that which i one, it is not an out-of-body experience. On the contrary, there is no experience at all, neither consciousness, because to experience or be consciousness about something requires more than one.

If you want to return from the enlightenment of that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one, you must pick up the thought construction, that was left at the edge of a black hole before you entered it, in order to be shaped as someone definitive.

Returning from the enlightenment of that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one, you cannot know, you have been at the other side of a black hole, because you were not there and there is not another side, since there is no more than that which is one. In other words, the person you appear to be is not enlightened. Yet, due to your vague memories of that which is one, you are to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

It is not possible though for somebody else to know, that you are to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one. You will hardly grasp it yourself. But you will for sure grasp, that a world where there seems to be more than one is not real, and that anything appearing there – including the appearance of you as someone definitive – therefore is an illusion.

»I heard a sound from heaven like the sound of cascading waters and like the rumbling of loud thunder. The sound I heard was also like harpists playing on their harps.« Revelation 14:2, Holman Christian Standard Bible.

Being used to take a ride in the inner world of the senses, that opens up when the outer senses are not fully used to experience a world defined by time and space, you sense that the first sentence of this quote refers to ´Aum´, ´Sohang´ or ´The Word of God´, and that the second one to ethereal music.

»At midnight when not a single sound is heard, close your ears with both hands and do Purak Pranayama. Listen to the sounds in your right ear which are very pleasant. The first sound that you will hear is of a pine bird, the second of a flute, third of a cloud, fourth of a dragon bee, the fifth of a ringing bell and then of a gong of metal. Sounds of trumpet, drum etc. are also heard.

As Alexius has no intellectual knowledge of religious scripts most of the words in the quote from Gherand Samhita are meaningless. But since he hears inner music himself, it is easy to pick up the essence of the quote, namely the bliss of listening to inner music.

Besides these, many other sounds are heard if it is practiced daily. These sounds are Anahata (unproduced) and come on their own accord. Nada is related to light. Light is related to mind, so mind gets itself merged in a sound which is the seat of the Lord. Therefore, practice of Bhramari gives Siddhi of Samadhi (i.e., makes Samadhi possible).

Mind gets eightfold more pleasure in the act of meditation than Japa (repeating God’s name), eightfold more interest in Tapas (penance) than the meditation, and eightfold more interest in music or sound than the Tapas. There is nothing greater than music.« Gherand Samhita, stanzas 77-81. Besides for the word ´Nada´ meaning music Alexius does not know the meaning of all the Hindi words in this quote, but hearing inner music himself – though not so bombastic as described in this quote – he gets the overall meaning of it.

Using noise cancelling headphones is a great way to close the outer sense of hearing. Alexius personally prefer in-ear headphones though, as they can also be used when going to bed.

A practical way of closing the outer sense of hearing and open the inner one is to put both thumbs in your ears or simply use a noise cancelling headphone or an in-ear headphone, and then without focusing or trying to define anything, be nothing but the ethereal harmonies coming to you from what may seem to be far away.

For tuning in it is best not go with the vibrations appearing to come from the left ear, as they often are the sounds of a busy mind, but instead follow the harmonies that appear to come from an empty space a bit outside of your right ear. That being said, do not pay too much attention to directions.

Maybe you will not hear ethereal harmonies but the humming symbolised by ´Aum´, ´Sohang´ or ´The Word of God´. If so, follow this glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one.

It could also be that the only thing you ´hear´ is your thoughts. Yet you have no thoughts. That is just something the ego wants you to believe so that although they are not made by someone definitive, you believe that they are created by you. Just like you tend to believe a dream is made by you although you do not have any control over it, except for how to perceive it.

As the ego lives from separation, it cannot survive inclusion, so if thoughts are not avoided but included, the ego is no more. And as that means there is nobody to confirm you as somebody special, there is nobody to be disturbed by thoughts. Hence empty space can be heard as eternal harmonies – or if in touch with one of the other inner senses, it can be experienced as light, eternal sweetness or sublime intimacy.

Tasting the sweetness of life helps you to not focus on the world of the outer senses so that glimpses of enlightenment from the world of the inner ones become the foundation for perceiving the world of the outer senses. Since this results in not perceiving the apparent differences to make a difference, there is no differentiation between you and the world where you experience to be. The taste of life
Appearing in the world as a symbol of oneness you are not tasting the most exquisite food to get delicate experiences from that, but to be reminded about the taste of life, which in the world can be compared to the taste from foam of a milkshake with a few drops of honey added to it or to how marshmallows – especially those with a flavour of strawberries – interact with the palate.

»Your lips drip nectar, my bride, honey and milk are under your tongue.« Song of Solomon 4:11.

»Whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never be thirsty, but the water that I shall give him shall be in him as a well of water springing up into everlasting life.« John 4:10-4:14.

To compare a taste to something else is a very individual thing, so you may not compare the inner taste to that of liquorice.

To describe a taste by comparing it to another taste is a very individual thing. In other words, you may not compare the taste of life to a taste of milk and honey with a hint of liquorice.

Even though this taste is called the nectar of life in the old scriptures you should not expect it to make you more young or inject you with more energy in the world of the outer senses. Anyway, you are better off never to expect more of anything, as that which is you is no different from that which is one, and since it is formlessness and therefore endless there is no more than that which is one. Hence looking for more is an illusion based on the belief that is more than that which is one.

One way of undoing this belief is to not focus, because without it a world where there seems to be more than one cannot be perceived, and so it does not seem to hide, there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one. Fortunately, the taste of life is very beneficial in regards to defocusing.

Some Chinese Herb Formulations or teas – for example Spring Dragon Longevity Tea – enhance the taste of life, provided you are already are in touch with it. The same applies to the Ayurvedic teas, that Alexius have tasted or most teas including liquorice.

As already mentioned, the taste of life can be compared to enjoying the transparent taste from the foam of a sweet milkshake. Sometimes, however, it is with a hint of either liquorice, strawberry or mint, so you none of the descriptions of it are definitive. In any case, it is best not to compare the taste of life or other glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one to anything else, as all comparisons are based on definitions from the past and therefore cancels out the ever-present glimpses of enlightenment.

The inner sense of taste not only stops the compulsive focusing on forms but also your cravings for sweets and to experience  something definable. The taste of life is always there and it is free. Neither do you have to meditate or be pure to consume it. All you have to do is to put your tongue behind the uvula. And if you cannot do that, it is also OK, because doing so is just meant to help you deactivating the outer senses and the only thing that really accomplish that, is the intention to do it. Just like even you are at a springboard, you will not dive from it, if that is not your intention of going there.

The inner sense of taste does not only stop the compulsive focusing on something definitive but also your cravings for more, for example more sweets. The taste of life is always there. It is free, and you do not have to meditate or be pure to consume it. All you have to do is to put your tongue behind the uvula and devote yourself to the taste dripping from above. If you cannot get your tongue all the way, it is not a problem, because doing so is just meant to help you deactivating the outer senses and the only thing that really accomplish this, is the intention of doing it.

The taste of life unfolds under the tongue, when it is moved behind the uvula (the skin flap hanging down in the back of the mouth at the entrance to the throat). Placing it there makes you feel like you are not in the world even though you appear to be there, because it cutbacks the need to focus and also the longing for more. As a side effect it diminishes the craving for sweets as well. That is if you devote yourself to it – no techniques will work without devotion. Yet devotion can work without a technique.

To get the tongue behind the uvula you may have to press it backwards for a long time, maybe several months, and finally use a finger to push it the rest of the way, which may make you feel as if you are about to vomit. No worries – it is just a feeling. When you are used to keeping your tongue there, it is easy, and there is no sense of vomiting.

»Khechari Mudra is turning the tongue backwards into the cavity of the cranium and turning the eyes inwards toward the eyebrow center.« Haha-Yoga Pradipika, Chapter 3, stanzas 32-37.

You do not have to literally replicate the technique in above quote, where the taste of life is called Khechari Mudra. Neither do you actually need to be able to make the tongue go all the way behind the uvula. Pushing it as far as possible will do.

The way to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one or glimpses of its facets is not about perfection. Neither is it about how you breath, eat or anything else you appear to do in the world of the outer senses. Yet things like that may be helpful in order to deactivate the outer senses.

But no technique in the world of the outer senses can deactivate them, if that is not the intention of executing the technique. In other words, first step is solely about intention, and if that is to deactivate the outer senses, there is nothing to hinder your trip into the world of the inner senses. Second step is to devote yourself to the amazing journey there.

The above about steps only applies to having glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one and not to bidding it welcome in its entirety, as it takes more than one to take any step.

It is probably best to not be active in the world of the outer senses while having visions of light, as the visual glimpses of enlightenment can become so intense, that the world of the outer senses hardly is sensed.

When the belief in being in a world where there seems to be more than one is undone, there is nothing to hide that there never was and never will be more than that which is one.

The technique for tasting the sweetness of life, however, can be carried out while being active in the world of the outer senses. The same applies to enjoy the ethereal harmonies if you hear them without putting your thumbs in the ears, and also hearing or feeling the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises.

This may result in the experience of a world that seems less defined. Not to the extent though, that you are not able to navigate there. But it probably feels like you do not have to, and that you are carried around in a dream with no will of its own.

That is, as long as you do not take the full tour of these glimpses because it ends in the formlessness of oneness, where you no longer appear to be someone in a dream of a world where there seems to be more than one, neither do you appear to be in oneness, since that requires more than one.

In other words, you are not someone at all and there is no memory or consciousness of you ever having been that, because it was all make-believe and the belief is wiped out.

The part of the world of the outer senses you want to experience is not meant to be blurry but in focus, so what you see is definable. It is the other way around with the world of the inner senses,. Focus versus defocus
The world of the outer senses needs you constantly concentrate and focus on it as if you are an autonomous creature in control of your own life. In the world of the inner senses, it is the other way around. It reveals itself when there is no effort to focus, concentrate and control.

But since it is also an act of control to continually trying not to focus in order to see, hear, feel or taste the glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, so besides from getting a headache spreading out from the third eye from too much focus, the inner senses are fenced off.

As long as you intend to appear in a world where there seems to be more than one, it is best to multitask between the inner and outer senses, so you can focus when needed in the world of the outer senses and space out in the world of the inner ones, when nothing is required of you.

How to make this work between the inner an outer sense Alexius does not know, because through his connection with the empty breath, that functions as an automatic gear shifting between the inner and outer senses, it is automatically taking care of. The belief that there are more than one blocks out that which is one
In a world, where there seems to be more than one, the mixing of things may turn out to work well for you. But not in the world of oneness. As it requires more than one, it is not possible to mix anything, so the idea of mixing the different facets of the enlightenment of that which is one fence it off.

That being said, if you do not do the taste of life technique for the sake of the taste but for its benefits in regards to defocusing, you can do this while being devoted to either seeing, hearing or feeling glimpses of enlightenment.

Ways to undo the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one
Can the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, only be undone via the inner senses? No, it can also be undone though the world of the outer ones as described in the duality hacks called Pretending to be someone definitiveSeeing symbols of non-duality in a world of duality, Being inclusive and not exclusive or Alone together. See hack #1-3 + 8. There might be other hacks than those to have this belief undone. But as Alexius has not tried them, he cannot say if they work. Yet, the hacks based on second-hand knowledge from Buddhism and whatnot are is most likely fake – especially if those promoting the hacks have beautiful visions about a hypothetical better future full of love, bliss and happiness because there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless.

In other words, to be blissful, happy or full of love is an illusion, as it requires more than one to be anything at all.

The connection with the empty breath does not unite the outer and the inner senses but it makes them synchronised, which among other things means that what you used to judge as stressful in the low-frequency world of the outer senses will not seem stressing, when synched with the high-frequency world of the inner senses, because of the indifference coming from the empty breath.

The empty breath
 ´lifts´ you out of the belief in being someone definitive by automatically synchronise the outer and inner senses, so that glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one become the basis for interpreting the world of the outer senses.

It is like being transported in a driverless car, that is programmed to take you to the aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one that attracts the most, so you carelessly forget to define the glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one and they as one bright light, tone, emotion or taste carry the nothingness of you back into the formlessness of oneness.

NOTES ABOUT THE QUOTES
The terminology of yoga and so-called holy scriptures – apart from The New Testament – is unknown to Alexius, so he does not know the scriptures from where the quotes in this article are taken. He found them all by searching the internet.

When everything is included there does not appear to be something outside of you, neither inside of you, as that requires there something to be outside of you. In other words, there is nothing but the formlessness of oneness.

Alexius do not sympathise with Eastern or Western religions, neither new age philosophy, as they in general appear to be about excluding what is judged to be bad in order to become what is judged to be better, purer or higher. Yoga techniques for example are often based on meditation or something else where what is not one is excluded. Theoretically speaking this should leave out everything but the formlessness of oneness. But as formlessness cannot exclude anything, this is not what you get from being exclusive.

As it takes more than one to have a vision, no matter how impressive your inner visions of light may be, they are not the enlightenment of that which is one but glimpses of it. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The world of the outer senses is experienced via seeing, hearing, feeling and tasting/smelling it. But if those senses are turned inwards instead, the enlightenment of that which is one is revealed through seeing, hearing, feeling or tasting/smelling it.

And then again it is not exactly like this, because the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be experienced at all since it takes more than one to experience something.

Someone, who believes to be definable, cannot gracefully fall through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one. Yet someone who believes to be definable can learn how to have this belief undone.

Yet bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one is something that can be experienced via seeing, hearing, feeling or tasting/smelling it. This is not the enlightenment of that which is one though but glimpses of it, which come through a hole that sometimes seems to be black and other times full of lucid. Having visual glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one can to be an experience of travelling through lucid worlds with ever-changing flashes of light. The moment those flashes of light are not perceived to differ from each other, there is no separation to define you as someone definitive anymore.

When you play a game, you may forget where you actually are. One of the ways to remember it is to undo the knowledge of what and where you appear to be. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As that means there is nobody experiencing anything, there is not someone to fight that the construction of thoughts which seem to have replaced the formlessness of that which is one with someone special in a world where there seems to be more than one is abruptly extracted by the extremely bright white light, that the glimpses have turned into without you being aware of it, as none of this is not happening in linear time but in one perpetual present.

In other words, everything you ever believed to be and have is gone without you knowing it or having any memory of having believed to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. Hence there is nothing to gracefully fall through the hole that is no more, because there is no experience to hide that which always has been and always will be, since it is formless and therefore endless, namely that which is one.

The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be experienced
Most, however, work against the flow enlightenment, which is done by defining what there seem to be to see, hear, feel or taste as something that is similar to past experiences, so that the enlightenment of that which is one is fragmented into more than one, wherefore the belief in being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is not undone.

And as the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be bid welcome without having this belief undone for just one moment, you only had glimpses of it, and therefore do not know what it is.

If you for a moment forget what and where you appear to be, there is not someone hiding the enlightenment of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As the enlightenment of that which is one is not of a world where there seems to be more than one, someone believing to be there cannot be enlightened. But if you for a moment forget what and where you are you are, there is not a world where there seems to be more than one to hide the enlightenment of that which is one.

Returning from the enlightenment of that which is one as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, you are not enlightened, because enlightenment is not something definitive. Yet, there are vague memories of the enlightenment of that which is one, so you are to be compared to it.

This, however, would have been the same result if the belief in being someone definitive momentarily had been undone, because then there is not someone to know the enlightenment of that which is one. In other words, what you believe to be can never be enlightened. Yet it is possible to momentarily forget what and where you are so that there is nothing for the enlightenment of that which is one to gracefully transport through a hole that is not there into the formlessness of that which is one.

What you believe to be is therefore not enlightened, so if returning as someone definitive to a world where there seems to be more than one, you are just the same – except that vague memories of that which is one turn being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one into something you pretend to be, because you know there is no more than the formlessness of oneness. Hence you are to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

A glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one is comparable to a movie trailer, which is just a glimpse of a whole movie, and therefore not to be confused with the whole one.

To round off, as the enlightenment of that which is one has no beginning and end, someone definitive cannot experience it. But glimpses of it – for example travelling through lucid worlds of light – has a beginning and an end. If you seem to see an E here, you are using the E, you have made in your mind, to hide all the empty space.

If you seem to see an ´E´ here, you are focusing to see something recognisable, so that you can hide the empty space by imagining there is something there. The empty space is not the formlessness of that which is one, but when you do not imagine a world defined by time and space to be there, no elements of matter are experienced to hide the formlessness of oneness. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Partial devotion to the inner senses results in glimpses of enlightenment
To experience that you are someone substantial in a world defined by time and space, constant focus on something specific is required for the outer senses to fabricate the depth needed to make the experience appear dimensional – otherwise, the outer senses cannot build this illusion.

So the more you defocus, the more the definable world of the outer senses is complemented with the abstract world of the inner senses, where you are bid welcome by glimpses of light, if you are visual-minded, ethereal music if you are auditory minded, and the taste or feeling of that which is one in case you are emotional minded.*

The purpose of the inner senses and their glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one is to attract you to such an extent, that you cannot help yourself but to have them undo the belief that it is possible to be someone definitive, even though it means the end of what you believe to be – just like a moth cannot help but to follow its attraction to the flame, even though it is gonna be the end of it.

The idea of mixing something is based on the belief in separation, so do not try to mix glimpses of light with glimpses of ethereal music for example, as this will imply they are separated. Just welcome whatever glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one, that seems to come your way. Never try to hang onto a glimpse or to have it repeated. If it after a while changes into another aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one, go with that.

What you believe to be is a hallucination, that seems to cover the enlightenment of that which is one – also if you believe to be spiritual, because any belief requires more than one.

These glimpses, as already stated, are not the enlightenment of that which is one, as it has no room for someone with an awareness since that requires more than one. This does not mean that the person you believe to be is replaced by the enlightenment of that which is one, but that whatever you believe to be is an illusion.

The healing of the body caused by partly being devoted to the inner senses is just a side effect, that helps you not to care about physicality and its inevitable end.

The inner senses and the body
Devotion to the inner senses will heal your body if that is not the purpose of it. It may not include genetically caused diseases though. But as devotion to the inner senses calms the body, a genetically created disease will not seem to generate fear, which otherwise may further damage the body, if projected upon it (see the hack No Body-mind Connection in Extra duality Hacks about the unfortunate belief in a body-mind connection).

When, however, the wellbeing of the body is the purpose of devoting yourself to the inner senses, you cannot be attentive to the world of the inner senses, since that requires having no specific focus, so the world of the inner senses fades out without you even noticing it. Thus the body is not being nurtured by it.

Total devotion to the inner senses bids welcome the enlightenment of that which is one
Complete devotion to the inner senses, bids welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, that right away erases all memories of you being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. As you are not there anymore, there is no way of knowing how long time this takes.

When the enlightenment of that which is one lasts less than 28 minutes – measured in linear time – the body that appeared to be your home as someone definitive can be rebooted, so that you again appear to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. Yet, you will, as already stated, not appear to be enlightened, as that is not an appearance. Thus you seem to be just like any other human, even though you are to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

But if the enlightenment of that which is one last longer than 28 minutes, the body cannot be rebooted, and as the belief that you are someone definitive therefore cannot be confirmed by the experience of being substantial, there is nothing to hide the formlessness of that which is one and that it is no different from that which always has been and always will be you. There is, of course, nobody to be aware of this, since it takes more than one to be aware of something.

The appearance of you as someone in a world, where there seems to be more than one, is a fabrication constructed from thoughts, where some are chosen to be included, as if they are that which is you, and others are excluded, as if they are not you but somebody else. By not excluding specific thoughts but including them all, you become everything and you also lose the appearance of being someone specific, because there are no excluded thoughts to define you as someone definitive. In other words, inclusion excludes what is not real, so there is nothing but the formlessness of that which is you. Enlightenment of that which is one does the same, and so do the other ´ways´ suggested in my non teachings. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The appearance of you as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is a fabrication of thoughts. The ones you judge to be good are chosen to be included and the ones judged as bad ones to be excluded. The excluded ones produce what you consider others to be and what you are not, so if no thoughts are excluded, there is nobody to define you as separate from others. Inclusion, therefore, excludes what is not real, namely separation, so that there is not something to hide there is no more than that which is one. Bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one has the same result, and so does the implementation of the other ´ways´ of coming back to that which is one suggested in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings.

Is the enlightenment of that which is one required to have the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one undone?
The enlightenment of that which is one can be said to be the last step to the formlessness of oneness, but as formlessness is endless, you have never left it, so there is no step back to it, and therefore no need to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one in any one of its aspects, or to have glimpses of it*.

Neither do you have to be connected with the empty breath or devote yourself to the inner senses to have the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one undone. It can be undone while enjoying the world of the outer senses. In the below box there are some suggestions on how to do this:

The more you perceive the apparent differences in the world of the outer senses to not make a difference, the more the outer senses function as a set-off to that which is one (hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is a perfect moment and hack #3.5 Inclusiveness is pure bliss).

The same applies to pretending to be someone definitive (hack #1.4 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation or seeing symbols of life in the world (hack #2.1 Seeing symbols of non-duality in a world of duality and hack #2.2 Everything experienced is a symbol of life).

And it also applies to being alone together, which does not mean that you are together with one or more who also are alone, but that you are alone together with your fantasy of a world where there seems to be more than one, no matter how many there seem to be around you (hack #8.8 Alone together is the key to that which is one).

But you do not even need Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings to have this belief undone. All that is necessary is to not remember what and where you are since that means there is no belief in being someone definitive that appears to hide the formlessness of that which is one.


There is no experience of love without the experience of hate, because you cannot know one without the other. Multitasking allows you to experience both emotions simultaneously, and so hate is as blissful as love. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The reason that so many avoid multitasking is that multitasking leaves them with no time to suppress anger and other feelings, that destroys the perfect image of themselves as somebody at peace, full of love and whatnot.

What they do not know, when keeping specific feelings hidden – hate for example – is that they diminish the experience of their contrasts – in this case love – because you cannot have one without the other.

Least of all do they know that when both sides of a contrast are equally acknowledge, their apparent difference makes no difference. Thus it is just as blissful loving somebody as to hate them. See also Love makes no difference at all.

Be aware though, that to be in the bliss of indifference, instead of the consciousness of being someone definitive, you must be willing to be nobody.

Here the world of the inner senses are about to shift to bright white light, which is gonna extract all the info you have collected in order to appear as somebody and leave it at the edge at a black hole so that there is nobody to fall into the nothingness of that which is one. This is not compatible with appearing in a world, where there seems to be more than one, so if that is what you want, you better make sure the info making up your personality is not extracted or you know where to find it again. This image could be illustrating the last glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one before you give up seeing something specific, and there is an abrupt shift to the enlightenment of that which is one, that extracts all the info you have collected in order to appear as someone definitive and leave it at the edge of what appears to be a black hole, so that there is nothing falling through it and gracefully floating into the formlessness of that which is one. You do not know how fast this is happening, because you are no more and have no conscious of ever having been anybody, because there is nothing but that which is one. This is not compatible with appearing as someone definitive in a world defined by time and space, so if that is what you want, you better make sure that the info making up your appearance as someone definitive is not extracted – or that you know how to find it again – which is simply is to go with the flow of fear. And yes, there is also fear in that which is one. No worries. It cannot be experienced there. That is not possible since it would require more than one. It is, however, possible to imagine there is more than one, and going with the fear that this entails, you seem to leave it and instead be part of a world defined by time and space. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Multitasking the inner and outer senses
Much devotion to the world of the inner senses may space you out in regards to the present moment in the world of the outer senses. Yet, if you do not have to be present there, you just go with the flow of the inner senses, as if the world outside of you stands still.

But if you want to go on appearing as someone special in a world where there seems to be more than one, it is of course best to totally focus on the world of the outer senses, so that the abstractness of the inner world does not interfere with your plans for having more money, power, love, life, energy and whatnot.

Should you, however, become tired of the race for more, you multitask between the inner and outer senses, so that being loaded with glimpses of enlightenment in the world of the inner senses make you indifferent to the constant demand for more in the world of the outer senses.

If you do not want the belief in being someone definitive to be abruptly undone by the enlightenment of that which is one, multitasking between the inner and outer senses may be the approach for you, as that allows you to have this belief undone in a pleasant pace while having a good time pretending to be what you are not.

Multitasking is said to disturb the brain so that it is harder for it to focus on something specific. That is why, it is beneficial in regards to having the belief in being someone definitive undone  – especially the multitasking of the inner and outer senses, which happens all by itself when connected with the empty breath.

When you are multitasking the world of the inner and outer senses with the help of the empty breath thoughts are not considered to be yours, so nobody is going anywhere, even though it may appear so.

The empty breath automatically synchs the outer and the inner senses, so that everything feels just fine, nothing is wrong or missing. This is not the purpose of the empty breath though. Its purpose is to undo the belief in being someone definitive, but this is a lot easier not fighting to survive as someone definitive. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The empty breath automatically syncs the inner and outer senses
Those not connected with the empty breath are often tempted to skip the part of having the belief in being someone specific undone and instead use their own special blend of the outer and inner senses as the means to fabricate their particular version of paradise.

The purpose of this often is to establish themselves as a spiritual helper, but as there only is somebody to help, when you believe in separation, your so-called compassion and help enhances the suffering that this belief entails (see the article Coming from the heart is a denial of that which is one). Besides there is no paradise without hell, since a world where there seems to be more than one can only be experienced through contrasts.

It is common to think, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Yet you do not appear as someone specific in a world where there seem to be more than one to find more, but to see there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one.

So instead of using the glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one to establish an image of yourself as a new messiah full of love and light, which has been in fashion for the gurus since the 70s, use the vitalization you have gotten from them to not hide but expose the frustration the endless speculation that the belief in being someone definitive entails, so that the energy of chaos can be used to ignite a take-off to the empty breath.

The moment you have no need give or receive help or support, the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one is undone.

As the inner senses operate on very high-frequency, speedy thoughts and feelings seem to be at rest there. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The connection with the empty breath automatically synchs the outer and inner senses, and as the latter are operating at an extremely high frequency, the restless speculations in the low-frequency world of the outer senses do not seem to cause confusion but relaxation, and so the apparent differences of the world experienced with the outer senses slowly cease to make a difference. Thus the foundation for the belief in separation fades out, and so there is nobody to imagine that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

Following the guidance of the empty breath you are automatically multitasking, because it does not know the concept of focusing on something specific. So when you are do not feel the empty breath multitasking connects you with it.

A perfect moment is a state of not-knowing
Having glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one is a perfect moment in the sense that nothing feels wrong. As there is no sense of anything having a beginning or end, it may last longer than the concept of now, which is just a split second in between the past and the future. In other words, the concept of now is based on excluding the past and the future, whereas perfect moment includes that and everything else.

When differences are not perceived to make a difference, the foundation for the belief in separation is gone. So everything outside of you is inside of you, where is nothing since without an outside there is no inside. In other words, if you do not return from this state of not-knowing to a world where there seems to be more than one, there is nothing to hide there is no more than that which is one. Hence it makes no difference if there are thoughts about the past, the future or anything else while having glimpses of enlightenment. In fact, the most distinctive feature of a perfect moment is that the apparent differences of the world are not perceived to make a difference. Not so much because there is no judgment, but because there is nobody to judge anything since you are in a state of not-knowing.

That is why, it is not before this state is over, that you know when differences are not perceived to make a difference, you are not experienced to be separated, and so there is nobody to judge something as right or wrong.

Since differences are not perceived to make a difference in a state of not-knowing, nobody cares if the bliss of it should differ from one state of not-knowing to another.

Having glimpses of enlightenment, you momentarily do not believe to be someone definitive. Hence you are in a state of not-knowing. This state of bliss**, however, I can be induced by any one of the duality hacks, except for the enlightenment of that which is one, since that is not a state. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

This state of not-knowing is not only induced by glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one but by the application of any other duality hack (see the table of contents) except for the enlightenment of that which is one, as that is not a state, since it takes more than one to be in a state.

Be happy if you cannot overcome the hopelessness that seems to blow you away when not in a state of not-knowing, because when you are blown away a state of not-knowing returns.

But as nothing in a world where there seems to be more than one lasts, nor does a state of not-knowing. Primarily because after 20 minutes, 45 minutes at the most, where the brain has not been kept active by judging differences to make a difference, it falls into a coma.***

So if you want to remain as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, you must leave the bliss of a perfect moment. But you must also leave it if you do not want to return as someone definitive but bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, because there is no room for bliss or anything else in that which is one.

Being alone together is based on the realisation that the power behind every experience you seem to have is you, regardless it is interpreted as spiritual, mundane or whatnot. Just like every appearance in a dream is both empowered and interpreted by the dreamer. The animation is grabbed from Ello.

Since the apparent differences in what is normally perceived to be a world outside of you is not perceived to make a difference when in a state of not-knowing and as that applies to whatever seems to be inside of what normally is believed to be you, inside and outside is the same – or rather there is no inside and outside or any other contrasts to define you as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

You are alone together having a fantasy about being someone special in a world where there seems to be more than one. But no matter what seems to be happening in that fantasy, you are not in it – just like within the context of this fantasy a dreamer is not in its dream although the dream is in the dreamer.****

This you cannot know before you have left a state of not-knowing, and memories start popping up of how blissful it is to not believe you are someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.**

There may also be memories of the transition, which can be quite claustrophobic, as there is nobody to project your troubles and sorrows on since there is nothing but the tight unit of you. But as soon as you start feeling the peace that comes from not feeling disturbed by anybody, this unit is not tight anymore. In fact, it is not there at all, because you do not believe to be someone definitive.

When the apparent differences of a world where there seems to be more than one is not perceived to make a difference, you are not separated from what you experience to be a world outside of you. In other words, you are alone together with your experience of a world where there seems to be more than one – and since this is how you imagine to have left the formlessness of oneness, you can reverse this and return to that which you never left, since formlessness is endless. As you probably read in the previous part, you got to leave a state of not-knowing pretty soon, if you want to remain as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. Neither can you stay in this state, if you do not want to return to the fantasy of being someone definitive but to the formlessness of oneness, as being in any kind of state requires more than one.

Staying true to being alone together**** this is not a dilemma, because from this follows you never have been in a world where there seems to be more than one. Just like a dreamer within the context of such a world you are in your own bed, which in this context is a metaphor for that which is one. And since oneness is formless and therefore without beginning and end, you have never left it.

PART 1:
The outer senses is not a contrast to the inner senses in the way black is to white, for example. It is not that the outer senses are on the outside and the inner senses on the inside. Their names rather mean that the outer senses are geared to experience a world, that is perceived to be outside of you, whereas the inner senses help you to experience a world that does not seems to be separated from you.

The inner senses is used to see a world, that does not appear to be outside of you. But it does not mean it is inside of you. There is neither anything inside or outside, as that requires more than one and there is no more than that which is one.

But scientifically speaking the world consists of empty space, so whatever tangible appearances you seem to experience is make-believe, regardless of where they appear to be. It is also make-believe, that there is someone who experience is experiencing this. See Where to find the bliss of ´the empty breath´.

To undo the belief in being someone in a tangible world, it may be beneficial to not only use the outer senses but also the inner ones, as what is experienced with them does not seem tangible so you may start questioning the existence of a tangible world and you like someone there.

Often those having visions via the inner senses conclude, that the world experienced with the outer ones is an illusion, and they are right – but they are not right when they go on concluding the world experienced with the inner senses is real.

It requires more than one to experience something, and as there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one because what is formless is endless, no experience is real. Nevertheless turning down the volume of the outer senses, that in the context of the physical world operate below the eyebrows, and turning up the volume of on the inner ones, which means to partially shift awareness to above the outer senses, makes it easier to undo the belief in a world, where there seems to be more than one.

There is nothing real to find in the world of the outer senses – neither in the world of the inner ones, but there it may be easier to uncover the illusion of the senses, so that there is nothing to hide that which cannot be sensed, namely the formlessness of that which is one.

The more you do not try to define anything, which is easier in the world of the inner senses, as there are not so many established concepts about what it is, the less there is someone definitive experiencing anything. And when there is no belief in being someone definitive, the enlightenment of that which is one is bid welcome.

For some, it seems easier having the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one undone in the abstract world of the inner senses. But the belief in separation can also be undone while experiencing the world of the outer senses,

PART 2:
Just like the outer senses can be used with the sole purpose of entertaining yourself and impressing others with how much you appear to be and have, the inner ones can be used for the same purpose. In fact, that is the most common purpose for those who like to label themselves as spiritual. They believe that having visions of an inner world makes them more spiritual and therefore different from others.

But as long as the apparent differences in a world, where there seems to be more than one, is perceived to make a difference, you are part of the very same belief in separation as those whom you think you differ from. That is, however, quickly solved in the world of the outer senses, because as we all share the same belief system of separation, we all in are the same boat. In other words, the apparent difference between us makes no difference, and so there is no foundation for the belief in separation.

As you can see, you do not need to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one to practically see that to believe in separation makes no sense. But without having bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, it is may be difficult to take it to the next step, which is that without separation there is no foundation for the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one.

However, as such a world is a matter of belief – quantum physics states it only appears to be there when observed –you may as well believe someone, who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, telling you that it is a hallucination – especially as this includes your appearance as someone definitive, because that means all problems are solved, as all your problems arise from the belief that you are someone at all.

PART 3:
Let us imagine, that though you have never heard anything else than compressed music like for example MP3, you feel that something is missing. Yet you cannot know what it is, because you have never heard uncompressed music as it sounds on vinyl.

But also on vinyl, there seems to be something missing in comparison with live music – and that is nothing compared to the ethereal music you can hear in the world of the inner senses when the outer ones are partly turned off. The inner senses, however, you do not know, if you have always depended on the outer ones.

To depend only on the outer senses can be compared to playing a game like Monopoly but without the cards, so you do not know where to go. Neither do you know where to go in the world, when the inner senses are not used. Without them you cannot hear where you are – or rather, without them you cannot hear that which is you is not in a world where there seems to be more than one.

There are no degrees of the enlightenment of that which is one. It is neither smaller or bigger than anything else because there is no more than that which is one. In other words, to talk about levels of enlightenment is an illusion in regards to the enlightenment of that which is one.

You cannot become enlightened, but you can undo the belief in being someone specific, so there is not someone definable hiding that which is you is no different from that which is one. It cannot be experienced, as it takes more than one to experience something.

However, in a world, where there seems to be more than one, there appear to be degrees and levels of everything, so in such a world you can experience glimpses of enlightenment on many levels depending on how much the outer senses are turned off.

But no matter how high the level, no glimpse come close to the enlightenment of that which is one, because there are no levels in that which is one. Yet for each glimpse, you become less definable until there is not something to hide the formlessness that is one.

One who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one does not know what it is, because it requires more than one to know something. Only in a world where there seems to be more than one is there something to be known, namely that such a world does not exist, as there is no more than that which is one.

As it takes more than one to bid welcome the enlightened of that which is one, a person in a world where there seems to be more than one cannot be enlightened. Yet a person may momentarily forget what and where it is, so there is not somebody to hide the enlightenment of that which is one. Alexius is such a person and therefore to be compared to that which is the enlightenment of one.

One who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one is happy to know nothing, as that means there is no ´I´ taking part in the silliness of being someone special in a world, where there seems to be more than one.

Those considering themselves to be somebody always wants to become more, but enlightenment of the that which is one neither makes you more or less. It merely erases all memories of being someone at all, as there is no room for anybody – neither somebody appearing to be spiritual – in the formlessness of that which is one. In other words, the enlightenment of the that which is one is not for you, if you want to be someone definitive.

The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be seen, so as long as you look for something, it appears to be hidden.

Only someone who has bid the enlightenment of that which is one welcome knows that a world, where there seems to be more than one, is a hallucination. Everybody, who believe they live in such a world, has the choice of continuing to believe so or believe the message of the enlightened, which is that there is no more than that which is one and that consequently, a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion. Yet very few choose to believe the message of someone who has bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one.

In a world where there seems to be more than one it is a basic instinct to separate oneself from reality by fabricating a make-believe world –a child, for example, rather believes that Christmas presents are coming from Santa Claus than from its parents, although it does not seem very realistic.

The choice can be compared to a child deciding whether to believe if Santa Claus is real or not. Most want the excitement that comes from believing the merry-go-round story of Santa so they will discard the fact, that the friction coming from the speed needed to bring out presents to all the good children in one night, would kill him the very same moment he sets off.

It is a downer for children to have Santa exposed as an illusion – just like it is a downer for most persons to hear that a world, where there seems to be more than one, is not real.

I have no answer to the question, who are you. An answer would be just as illusionary as the question, as such a question implies, that there is more than one – and there is no more than that which is one.

One who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one does not ask to be believed, but that you stop believing, a world where there seems to be more than one is real, because without hanging onto this belief there is not something to hide, there is no more than that which is one.

But if you do not give the outer senses your full attention, the inner senses will supply you with a perfect moment, where glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one will fill you with so much joy, that the need to be someone at all is gone.

The way to not give the outer senses your full attention is to not believe, the experiences they deliver are real. This is done by not giving a shit about upholding the image of you as someone significant in a world, where there seems to be more than one. The more you do not give a shit, the more the inner senses take over.

If somebody seems to cheat you, reject you or something else that you judge to be unfair, you choose not to believe this to be real, and so you set yourself and others free from the world of the outer senses. It is in your own best interest to set everybody free, even though you may think, that not everybody deserves to this. But setting them free, the world of the outer senses fades out, so that you can connect with the empty breath, that opens the door to the world of the inner senses, where enlightenment of that which is one is waiting for you to bid it welcome.

A way to undo the belief in the world of the outer senses is to perceive everything there as not real but symbols of that which is – just like you, for example, perceive the written word milk not as real but a symbol of that which is.

When perceiving the whole world of the outer senses as symbols, none of its apparent differences makes a difference, because they are all symbols of the same – and so there is no foundation for separation. This perception opens the inner senses from where you can experience glimpses of enlightenment or bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one.

But as someone in the world of the outer senses you cannot perceive everything there as symbols, because in order to appear as someone significant there, you have excluded the parts of it, that does not fit into your chosen the image of yourself. That is unless you include this separation or accept the guidance of the empty breath, which you do by not accepting the apparent reality in the world of the outer senses.

The enlightenment of that which is one is not something you find like you find other things in the world. Enlightenment is rather that you do not try to find anything so that there is not something to hide, you are not someone definable but one who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one. In other words, no need not look for enlightenment, but for that which you are using to hide it. You could also just accept the guidance of the empty breath.

If from reading Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings you get the impression, that the inner senses are less deceptive than the outer ones, you have chosen to be deceived into believing that you can become someone better, higher or wiser via the inner senses. And if that is your purpose, they will cause you as much suffering as the outer ones.

But if your purpose is to not become anything at all, so that there is not something to hide the formlessness of that which is you, the inner senses will speed up the undoing of the belief in being someone at all.

Constantly trying to be somebody stresses you, because that turns you into a creature frozen into definable and dense appearances and that which is you is not definable, but extremely fast, formless and free flowing. In a world, where there seems to be more than one, you always need to be and have more so you can show off as someone, who is more important than others.

If you want to be more famous than others you need lots of fans in order to prove your popularity. If you need to feel enlightened, you want others to express how wise you are, so that you can use their praise to deny your darker sides and show off as someone light and spiritual.

But you can never bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one if it is something you need because needing it implies you are without it – and how can you be without it when that which is you are no different from that which is one. Least of all can you bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, if you want to use it to make you appear as someone important because that requires more than one and there is no more than that which is one.

You will have no more than one glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one, if you use your interpretation of this glimpse to promote yourself as someone with a vision for a better future full of love or whatever you imagine will turn you into the new messiah, which has been the case with most gurus impacting the public in the last century, for example Paramahansa Yogananda, Swami Vivekananda, Maharishi Mahesh Yogi and Osho, or modern self-help gurus like Eckhart Tolle.

When there is no need to use glimpses of enlightenment to save the world but rather to undo the belief in it, you are set free to be used by the glimpses, that will keep coming until you cannot tell them apart, so that there is not something definable to experience and therefore not someone definitive to hide the formless enlightenment of that which is one.

Those who want to always be blissful in a merry-go-round world, may at first like to read about the bliss of a state of not-knowing (see the previous article The ins and outs of the inner senses). But when they realise, that bliss comes from not believing to be someone definitive, they avoid a state of not knowing by making sure to perform as if they are somebody definitive – for example by saying »I need time to open up.«

Yet nobody but the ego needs time. In fact, it needs you to spend all your time with thoughts about yourself. If the brain has not been busy processing such thoughts for 20 minutes, 45 at the most, it falls into a coma. In other words, unless you leave a state of not-knowing pretty soon, what you believed to be is forever gone, and so is the bliss. Thus there does not appear to be something hiding there never was and never will be anything but the formlessness of that which is one.

As this is the termination of what and where you believe to be, you only say you want it to enhance the image of being special. Hence you make sure that the groups you meet with about oneness, non-duality and enlightenment are based on established rules coming from long time dead persons, that you can learn to use in a way that makes you appear to be right and therefore to be special.

Anyhow it does not make sense to meet in groups and talk about oneness as if that is something you want, as there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. So wanting it is just as stupid as wanting your body in the world where you believe to be. You already have it.

What makes sense though, while appearing to be someone in a specific body, is to want not to be that. And since you are not someone definitive, it is just the belief that this is what you are, which needs to be undone.

Any of The Duality Hacks except the enlightenment of that which is one will do that if it is your purpose of using them.

It is very easy to write Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings because they write themselves. Alexius just have to hit the right keys. Before doing that, however, he may have had a hard time coming to the point of for example being able to write about dying from the world as described in the below box:

When you perceive everything, that can be experienced, as symbols of that which is life, to focus on something becomes a symbol of life. Consequently to focus on what is not real in order to make it appear as if it is, leads to defocusing, because when everything is perceived as a symbol of the same, their apparent differences do not make a difference.

Without focus the world cannot be experienced, neither you as a person in it, and so there is nothing to see. No forms appears to hide the formlessness of that which is life.

The above box summarises a very long night a long time ago, where Alexius was on the edge of dying, and where for several days after the feeling of the body was replaced by an electrified humming often symbolised by Aum, Sohang or The Word of God. To make long short, as someone definable, you must always be willing to die, so that there is not something definable appearing to hide the formlessness of that which is one.

This is not meant to be understood as the body must be terminated, because that would imply it is real. It is the belief, that you are someone definable, that must be undone.

Only someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one can write Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. Not because such a person knows what to write but what not to write, so no personality interferes with the non-teachings being written by themselves.

If you do not believe thoughts to be real, it is easy to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, because all that is needed to bid it welcome is to not be attentive to the meaning of thoughts, which is not to be mistaken for stopping them, as that requires someone definitive doing it – and to be definitive requires lots of thoughts judged to have a specific meaning.

Neither should it be understood as you become aware of the enlightenment of that which is one instead of thoughts. It is not possible to be aware of the enlightenment of that which is one, as it takes more than one to be aware of something.

Bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one is to not be exclusive but inclusive.

In other words, there is nobody to know if you are enlightened because to know something requires more than one. Also, what you appear to be in the world is not enlightened, because a person cannot be enlightened.

Yet a person can step aside so that there is not something definable to hide the indefinable light of that which is one. To not be exclusive but inclusive is to step aside because inclusiveness neutralise contrasts and without them, there is nothing define you as someone definitive and therefore not something to not bid welcome the formlessness of the enlightenment of that which is one.

You are nobody in the enlightenment of that which is one. Well, also in the world, but in the enlightenment of that which is one there is not something to fill the nothingness of you with thoughts of importance, and so there is nobody to experience the enlightenment of that which is one. 

Yet returning from to a world where there seems to be more than one, there are vague memories of such a world being destroyed by a light stronger than 1000s of sun and leaving nothing but that which is one, as Arjuna describes it in the Bhagavad Gita.

Remembering there is no more than that which is one is not gonna change you into someone, who is wiser, better or more happy, but into nobody, as the conclusion is that a world where there seems to be more than one is not there.

The enlightenment of that which is one is one perpetual present, and therefore cannot be brought back into a world of linear time, so if returning to such a world you are not in the enlightenment of that which is one. Yet, as there are vague memories of it, you are to be compared to someone who is the enlightenment of that which is one. The person though that you appear to be in the world is in no way changed by this, neither is it necessary because the appearance of you in a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion and so is any change of it.

If a person only partially bids welcome the enlightenment of that which is one there will just be glimpses of it in the form of hearing, feeling or tasting an echo of that which is one. It can also be spaced out visions of travelling through different universes, seeing Jesus or the birth of a new universe in slow motion, which is very is exciting of course, but as it is something experienced, it has nothing to do with the enlightenment of that which is one.

You cannot go around as a person enlightened of that which is one, but you can go around having glimpses of it. If you do, you may seem distant from the world, as if you are not there. Yet you are more present than most because to be present you cannot be in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Living in the now has nothing to do with living. It is a numb state of mind for those trying to fit into a still photo imagined to be life, as they are afraid of going with the flow of it.

Chances are, however, that you quickly will look for more glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one and as you, therefore, are participating in the quest for being and having more, you will be fixated you in a world where there seems to be more than one. In other words, you are not present at all, because that which is you is the formlessness of oneness and as formless is endless there is no more than that which is one.

The way to undo your belief in thoughts, as if they are yours and therefore making you appear to be someone special, is to include all of them exactly as they appear to be.

The swing of the empty breath feels as the curved line in an yin yang sign swinging back and forth, up and down, from side to side and everything in between within a ball without definitive borders, that crosses your body below or above the waist and in the head or above it. This vibration synchronizes the low-frequency world of the outer senses with the high frequency of the inner senses, so no kind of speediness or confusion in the world of the outer senses seems upsetting. When experiences in the world of the outer senses is based on the world of the inner senses nothing is interpreted as upsetting. It is rather the other way around, you cannot help but laugh. Being a medium for the empty breath, you are guided by glimpses of enlightenment
The main reason for feeling stressed as an appearance in a world where there seems to be more than one is that it takes so much energy to make thoughts and feelings appear as if they come from someone specific.

Not being someone specific feels as if you are nothing, which seems very discomforting until you realise that being empty you are a vessel the empty breath*, that takes you into the high-frequency world of the inner senses, where glimpses of enlightenment are the base for experiencing the low-frequency world of the outer senses.

The excitements in the world of the outer senses requires you to appear, as if you are someone definitive, because you cannot have a specific experience without being someone definitive.

Being guided by the empty breath is like being on autopilot. It is so relaxing and it feels as if nothing is wrong no matter what you appear to be and have, unless you do not still insist in being entertained by all the apparent exciting possibilities in the world of the outer senses, as they only bring pleasure if you work hard to appear as someone specific with its own thoughts and feelings.

This is very stressful compared to being a medium for the empty breath, as it automatically syncs the stress from the world of outer senses with the tranquillity of the inner senses so that you become indifferent to the apparent differences of a world where there seems to be more than one.

You are lucky, when everything seems to fall apart, because this may trigger so much sadness, that you stop believing the construction of thoughts you have based your identity upon is that which is you.

This synchronisation occurs when the high frequencies coming from the inner senses are not fenced off by the belief that thoughts belong to someone definitive, and no effort is made to be active in the low-frequency world of the outer senses.

This does not mean that you cannot move around in the world of the outer senses. You are inactive in it and ready to be a medium for the empty breath when you do not care about what and where you are, while you, for example, appear to be walking down a street or sitting in a park. In other words, no need to exclude anything by eating special food or sit in special postures in special surroundings to achieve a pure mind.

The empty breath is the foundation for glimpses of enlightenment, that is bound to merge into the enlightenment of that which is one, provided you do not keep swimming in the bliss induced by the glimpses of enlightenment, as to be blissful requires more than one.

Just like the empty breath is a foundation for the glimpses of enlightenment so is ´pretending to be someone definitive´ or ´to se symbols of life in the world´ or ´not being exclusive but inclusive´ so that apparent differences is not perceived to make a difference**. It does not matter which foundation you choose or if you alternate between them.

A perfect moment with glimpses of enlightenment is something you are aware of. If you stop being aware of it, you cannot see any glimpse. There is nothing and that is where the enlightenment of that which is one sets in. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Where do glimpses of enlightenment come from
Physically speaking the glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one seems to originate from a non-defined space behind the frequencies of thoughts behind the pineal gland. It is probably also from there, you perceive the world, when you are not exclusive but inclusive, so its apparent differences do not make a difference and it feels as every moment is the perfect moment**.

The same applies to pretend being a person or to perceive everything in the world as symbols of that which is one**. The empty breath – sounding like sohang – is presumably picked up from there as well physically speaking.

The pineal gland might work as a receiver for signals picked up by the eighth chakra, which has a magenta colour and is located above the head. Yet maybe neither the pineal gland or the eighth chakra have anything to do with the experiences glimpses of enlightenment. You cannot know, because experiencing them, you do not care – and not experiencing you do not know where to look.

In daily life, it might be best downplaying the visual glimpses of enlightenment, as you will have a hard time navigating the world of the outer senses while having visions of light. In most cases though, you can safely go with the glimpses of the other aspects of enlightenment, namely hearing, feeling or tasting it.

This is not a new religion or philosophy, that you must learn and strictly adhere to. On the contrary. It is about unlearning everything and going with the flow.

So do not wait for the enlightenment of that which is one or the glimpses of it to be revealed exactly as described in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. In other words, you do not have to fit into the terminology of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. Also: trying to extract a specific way to the enlightenment of that which is one or the glimpses of it from Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings will not help you. Better to forget all words about it and thrust the light, sound, feeling or taste of it to do their thing, when you partly or fully are willing to not be someone definitive.

That being said, there are practical instructions of how to experience glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one in the article Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment, which may help undoing the belief in being someone definitive and therefore be able to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one.

When there is nobody there, there is nobody to judge a dog to be different from a human. No appearance appears to do behave in a personal way, because nobody is observing them.

There is nothing to fear when there is nobody there
When none of your experiences is excluded but included, you cannot know what and where you are, because with nothing excluded there are no contrasts to define you as someone specific.

Inclusion seems dangerous when you want to survive as someone definitive, but if you do not mind being nobody, there is no need to fear what seems to be the disintegration of you, because there is no end to not being specific.

When the cats living with Alexius are at sleep, they sometimes seem to have nightmares – at least this is what he concludes when he sees their fitful movements. The oneness of life would probably draw the same conclusion if it could sense the stress coming from believing to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. But just like Alexius cannot see the dreams of his cats, neither can life see, that those who believe to be in such a world have a dream in which it is possible to be and have more than the oneness of life by constantly taking something from outside of itself in a world where life seems to be divided in more than one.

Even though life senses, we are dreaming about a world where there seems to be more than one, as to fear something requires more than one, it cannot wake us up to reality of that which is one, as it probably is too scary to suddenly see that what we appear to be in the dream – no matter if it seems spiritual or whatnot – is not real, so life tries to comfort us, while it sweetly whispers in our ears: Come home.

This whisper is heard or felt in the dream as an unpronounceable humming often symbolised by the word Aum or Sohang. If this humming makes you open your eyes for just one second, you will not see the world you are dreaming about but a light much stronger than anything in the dream. An atomic bomb seems to be nothing compared to this force of light, which does not illuminate something and is neither opaque or transparent, but so intense that it cannot be apprehended.

As the enlightenment of that which is one is one perpetual present, it cannot be brought back into a world of linear time, so Alexius only has vague memories of it.

To bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one all thoughts made to fabricate an image of you as something definable must be left at the edge of a black hole, so that there is nothing for the bright white light to suck through a black hole into that which is one. This will of course seems very frightening if you want to remain someone definable in a world, where there seems to be more than one, and if so chances are that you out of desperation will define the bright white light and/or the black hole as something, and so you are back in a definable world. If you leave all thoughts behind at the edge of the black hole and end up being no different from that which is one, you can pick up all the thoughts again – in linear time – within a few minutes and return as someone in a world, where there seems to be more than one.

The enlightenment of that which is one sucks out all the thoughts you have collected to establish an image of you as someone definitive. This construction of thoughts is left at the edge of a black hole, so there is nothing to fall/float through it into the formlessness of that which is one. This will, of course, seems very frightening, if you still consider yourself as someone definable. No worries, if you want to return to a world defined by time and space all you need to do is to pick up the thought construction at the edge of the black hole, which is done by comparing the journey through the black hole to something else. In this way the journey becomes definable, and that is only possible in a definable world. In other words, you appear to be back in a world defined by time and space. Just one thing: You have to return within 28 minutes (measured in linear time) otherwise it is too late to reboot the body. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Without further notice, this light relentlessly and most powerfully smashes every definable feature, that makes up your identity in the dream of a world, where life seems to be divided into more than one. If you do not believe, this identity is that which is you, you will not fear obliteration and the free fall through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one.

But if you are attached to being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, you fear to become formless, and to prevent that you objectify the fear by justifying it as if it caused by a force that wants to destroy you, so that the fear becomes a tangible form, which seems powerful enough to smash the enlightenment of that which is one into definable pieces. In this way, the formlessness of oneness is escaped so you can appear to be someone special in a world, where their life seems to be divided into more than one.

Some claim, they out of compassion for others return to a world where there seems to be more than, but that is solely the ego talking. Life is the formlessness of that which is one, so a world where life seems to be divided in more than one is an illusion.

Actually, there is nothing to fear in that which is one, because it takes more than one to fear something. But imagining to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, it always seems as if there is something to fear. To appear as someone definitive you must constantly exclude what is judged not to be you, and as that is done by projecting what you dislike onto others or obscure parts of your body, you fear the retaliation from others or your body.

That which is one has no power to destroy anything, as that requires more than one.

But when not excluding anything in order to appear as someone great in the dream of a world where there seems to be more than one, there is no reason to fear the death of being someone definitive and as nothing falling out of the dream into the reality of that which is one.

The unenlightened twists everything they hear or read about oneness and the enlightenment of that which is one into something, that appears to make them someone special in the world instead of not someone at all.

As there is no more than that which is one and as it requires more than one to choose to wake up – or choosing anything at all – it is not possible to wake up. Nor is you reading this article or Alexius writing it. That which we are is not in the dream called the world. One could say we are dreaming about it. This, however, is not a factual explanation but a metaphor to describe that which is not real. In other words, in reality, there is no dream – just one perpetual present.

The unspeakable sound of Aum or Sohang is your ticket to Highway One
When your ear is close enough to a computer, you hear and/or feel a distant sound coming from its engine. In order to be that close to the computer though, you have to stop focusing on the world empowered on its screen.

The same applies to hear or feeling the distant sound from the edge of the universe, which is often, although it cannot be spoken, symbolised by the words Aum or Sohang. In other words, you must stop focusing on the appearances in the world of duality to hear the humming from the edge of the universe, which can be compared to hearing the essence of the sound coming from a computer engine or rather the fan of it. You can also compare the humming to transparently sensing the purring of a cat.

This vibration is used to fabricate and uphold a world of duality – not in the sense that it has created it. The vibration is an echo of that which has no beginning or end so it cannot create anything with an end. Yet the energy of it is used to keep together the imagination of a world of duality – just like it is the energy of a dreamer that makes it possible to have a dream. It is not possible though to manifest the dreamer in the dream and likewise, it is not possible to manifest non-duality in a world of duality.

The vibration that ´Aum´ and ´Sohang´ symbolises is your launching pad to non-duality.

Sometimes, while having a dream, you sense that it is too weird to be real. Likewise hearing or feeling the vibration symbolised by Aum or Sohang a world of duality stops making sense. The apparent differences of it do not make a difference, and so the concept of duality slowly fades out – also the fear born out of the belief in being someone definitive. Consequently, the world no longer seems to have a grip on you, and so you are free to use the humming from the edge of the universe as a launching pad to the formlessness of non-duality.

Alexius is never sad and nobody is ever mad at him. He knows these feelings, and when they pass by he include them – and what is not excluded does not define him.

You cannot know or understand the formlessness of non-duality, because it is that which is one, and it takes more than one to know or understand something. For the same reason, you cannot experience fear, sadness or anger, neither love, happiness or compassion in that which is one.

This does not mean, that there is no love in that which is one. It is everywhere but as non-duality is formless there is no separation, so there is not something specific to experience. Neither is there someone specific to experience, that there is nothing specific to experience. It is one perpetual present.


NOTES:

  • Hearing or feeling the vibration symbolised by Aum or Sohang, which is to hear or feel the echo of that which is one, is not a miracle cure, as everything in a world of linear time appears to take time – including having the belief in being someone definitive and that the fear it entails is an illusion.
  • Following the heart has nothing to do with following the echo of that which is one. This vibration erases the belief in a world defined by time and space. The heart, however, needs definitions in order to continuously be excited about something definitive. Consequently, it will fight the vibration symbolised by Aum or Sohang, so that you remain in a world defined by time and space.

(+) A perfect moment takes you back to the first moment of duality

You and the world is fabricated at the edge of a black hole, which you have imagined to be a way out of that which is one – and to make it appear as if you are right, you divide all the appearances of this fabrication by separating them into good and bad, so that it seems you are in a world, where there is more than that which is one.


What you appear to be is fabricated at the edge of a black hole, from where you believed it was possible to escape that which is one. To make it appear as you are right in believing, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, you separate everything you imagine to see outside the black hole into degrees of good and bad so that it feels like you are in a world where there is more than one.

When feelings, that are judged to be bad, are excluded by projecting them onto others or obscure parts of your body, so that you appear to be a good person only, you have fabricated a world divided into opposites of good and bad, right and wrong and me and them. Consequently, there is always something, you need to fix in order not to feel bad, wrong or outside.

When everything is included there is no differences and consequently nothing to improve. Nothing is missing. Every moment is the perfect moment.

But if you do not try to avoid the ups and downs of the world by excluding what makes you feel down but instead include down as well as up, then their contrast is cancelled out, and so the apparent difference between down and up makes no difference. In other words, nothing is wrong or missing. The moment is perfect – also if there still appears to be thoughts and feelings because they are experienced through the echo of that which is one, which is indifferent to the experience of you as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

The inner senses are not limited by the ideas of time and space, so it is not a problem for them to pick the echo of that which is one coming from the beginning of the world, which also is the end of it.

The humming from the edge of the universe
Depending on your preference in the world the echo of that which is one is either experienced as a sound, feeling, light or taste coming from the edge of the universe – one at a time though, as they are aspects of that which is one. This article, however, is mainly about hearing or feeling it, which is often symbolised by the words Aum and Sohang.

As what is formless is endless, the formlessness of that which is one is everything, so to be conscious or anything else that requires more than one is an illusion.

When the outer senses are partially closed, the inner ones, that are not limited by time and space, can tune into this vibration from the edge of the universe symbolised by the words Aum and Sohang, so that you can hear or feel it. What you hear or feel though is not that which is one but a glimpse of it because that which is one cannot be experienced.

That which is one is the absence of attention, awareness, consciousness, love or anything else that requires more than one. In other words, attention, awareness, consciousness, love or anything else that requires more than one are attributes of the ego.

If the outer senses are completely closed, there is no world to experience, and so there is nothing to prevent the flow of the inner senses from erasing all thoughts – or rather the belief that there is someone thinking them – so there is not something that appears to hide that which is one. This is, however, not the subject of this article, which is written within the apparent realm of a world where there seems to be more than one.

Feeling or hearing the humming from the edge of the universe you do not perceive differences to make a difference. There is nothing to separate good and bad or anything else, so everything – though apparent different – have the same value. Every moment is the perfect moment. Nothing is wrong or missing.

There is no black hole, because there is no more than that which is one. There is no way to escape the formlessness of that which is one because formlessness is endless. Consequently this image of a black hole, that may look like an embryo or a horse head, is not real.

In the beginning, every moment was the perfect
A perfect moment can be compared to the first moment of a world where there seems to be more than one. You have just escaped the formlessness of that which is one through a black hole, that you imagined seeing at what you judged to be the edge of oneness. Fragments of oneness – or rather selected memories – that you brought through the black hole, are chaotically floating around until you start organising them into a perfect pattern.

But there is not enough fragments – or memories – to make the pattern perfect. You freak out, and the anger makes the fragments explode into a big bang, that expands into the universe in which you spend all your time looking for the missing pieces. Truth is that which is one. Consequently there is no truth in a world, where there seems to be more than one.

If you are a factual minded person, you may ask, where are the facts behind the above explanation. There are no facts but that a world where there seems to be more than one is not possible, because there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one, as formlessness has no end. In other words, that which is one is everything and therefore no outside or inside.

Consequently whatever is experienced in a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion – also so-called facts, spirituality, the above mentioned perfect moment an explanation of the beginning of the world.

The perfect moment is a fairytale pointing to that which is one
That which is you is no different from that which is one, so it is not possible to be someone definitive in a world, where there seems to be more than one. Yet it is possible to pretend to be there. Just like – in the context of such a world – it is possible to pretend to be someone in a virtual world of a game.

As most have forgotten, that a world where there seems to be more than one is virtual, they believe that what they appear to be is real – and as they believe it all started with a big bang, the above explanation about the beginning of the world and a perfect moment is meant to be a fairytale, that hints to what hides that which is one, so you may be inspired to have the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one undone.

A perfect moment can be used as a way to survive the stress of a world where there seems to be more than one, and/or as a way to have the belief in such a world undone, so there is not something to hide the formlessness of that which is one.

So if this fairytale of a perfect moment seems helpful to you, follow it and go back to the very first moment of the world, where your partially opened inner senses will fill you with glimpses of enlightenment – or if completely opened leave your identity at the edge of a black hole, so that nobody gracefully floats through a black hole into that which is one.

But if this fairytale is not your cup of tea, by all means, go for another – for example, hack #1.4 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation – or go for something entirely different.

It is best though, while appearing to be in a world, where there seems to be more than one, to follow somebody else´s voice*, as what you consider to be your own is based on the sum of your memories, which means it is the ego talking from the past in an attempt to maintain the status quo by for example saying you should things in your own pace.

No way, however, is more or less real than another. Yet while believing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, it may seem as if there is a way that serves you better than another in regards to undoing the belief in being someone definitive. If Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings appear to be such a way, use them to set yourself free, but please do use them to prove that you are on the right way and others are on a wrong.

Most belief systems are just a shared vocabulary for people in search of meaning.

Also, do not try to fit into the terminology of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. They are not a new philosophy or religion. where you can find the meaning of life. On the contrary. They undo the belief, that you are someone living in a capsule of time and space. What you believe to do not exist, because it takes more than one to believe something or to exist as someone – and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.


*) It is of course only in a world, where there seems to be more than one, that you can appear to follow somebody else’s voice. Ultimately speaking there is nothing but the oneness of that which is you.

4.9 Whatever that you are aware of is an illusion, because it requires more than one to be conscious of something (in the process of being updated)

A photo can give you a sense of a specific place or the people in it, but in no photo can you a sense of the empty breath, because it is not substantial. Besides only an ´I´ can sense something and in the connectedness with the empty breath, there is no ´I´, since it is a state of not-knowing. In other words, nothing has been connected and nothing needs to be connected, since that which is one is formless and therefore endless, so there never was and never will be more than that which is one. PART 1:
As it requires more than one to experience something and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless, everything experienced is an illusion.*

And though connecting with the empty breath may seem as if you finally have found something authentic, the experience of it is just as imaginary as any other experience, because it requires more than one to experience anything and there is no more than that which is one.

Yet this imagination of the empty breath, which is deeply rooted in an archetypical image of a never-ending rhythmic flow, slowly but surely undoes the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

The connectedness with the empty breath does not only undo the belief in being someone. It also makes sure that having this belief is unproblematic. Not in the sense that you are not troubled by anything, but in the sense that you are indifferent to it. Thus there is nothing to define you and therefore no ´I´ with a need to survive as someone specific.

A state of not-knowing, which is the result if the empty breath is also the outcome of all the other duality hacks (see the main ones in Duality Hacks and more in Extra Duality Hacks. If it the same state of not-knowing for all of them is not to know, as there is no consciousness of being there.

But as it takes more than one to be in any kind of state, it is just as illusionary as anything else in a world where there seems to be more than one. Hence the illusion of the duality hacks is only needed until there is no awareness of being someone who is somewhere.

If you feel confused by this article, do not try to get a grip on it*** but go with the chaos, until you cannot make ends meet into being someone definitive and feel as if you are about to explode, which in a sense also is what happens, when the build-up tensions ignite a take-off to the empty breath, since it is a state of not-knowing, so you are not bound up with what you believed to be any more.

PART 2:
Though Alexius lives on a Spanish-speaking island his Spanish is not very good, so he hardly understands a word when many people talk together. But neither does he understands, what they are talking about in his native country Denmark, despite knowing the supposed meaning of the Danish words. Most prefer to think, they can steer the direction of their life, as it pleases them. It may also seem so, when looking at it in retrospect, but that is only so, because selected memories are compiled into an image of you as someone in control of its own life.

You are not directing your life, neither is a higher power or anybody else, because what is believed to be you is exactly that, namely make-believe.

Whether they talk about something so-called spiritual or mundane, it is always about emphasising themselves as someone unique who is and/or has more than others. It is not that Alexius does not have fun appearing to be someone definitive, but for him, it is not real – just like when playing a video game, no matter what he seems to be and do there, it is equally illusionary and just something he pretends to be real.****

Alexius has never felt the need to be approved as someone definitive through the acknowledgement, that comes from having an education, many friends, a soulmate or anything else in a world where there seems to be more than one, as although he appears to be in such a world, he does not consider himself to be there – just like within the context of such a world, he does not believe to be in a game he is playing there, although he may have much fun pretending that he is.**** Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Thus he never has had the need to be rich, famous, wise or powerful to prove he is somebody special. Nevertheless, in the eyes of the world, he has been very successful, as in his younger days he was often showcased in magazines and TV as someone special (see the physical intro to the enlightened non-teacher).

You cannot be in the lead, if you want to follow the empty breath. This, however, does not mean that you cannot be a leader in a world where there seems to be more than one, because a good leader knows how to follow.

But he cannot take the credit for this. Everything happened through the guidance of the empty breath. Not in the sense that it guided him to success – it sees no difference between success and failure – but in the sense that the empty breath, just like water, fills whatever hole it passes on its way. So if success seems to be what is beneficial for you on the journey without distance to that which is one, that is what you get. Read more about this here.

Success does not seem to be what writing Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings is about, nor does it seems to be about getting or giving something. And even though he may write, that they point to that which is one, it is not really so, because it is not possible to point to oneness, since it takes more than one to do so.

Neither is there any point in pointing to it. You already are there. Where else can you be? There is nothing else than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

That is what Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are about, namely to expose that there is no more than that which is one and that you, therefore, are hallucinating when experiencing something.

That is the way he is guided to explain it. Yet it is not due to this logic, he is founded in the knowledge that there is no more than that which is one. It is because every time he steps aside***** to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, there is no more than that which is one. Not in the sense that he does not see anything else, but in the sense that he sees nothing at all, so there is not something to define him as someone and therefore nothing to hide, there never was and never will be more than that which is one.

3.5 How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´ (in the process of being updated)

When not trying to make sense of this image but going with its absurdity, the uncontrolled energy in the experience spontaneously ignites a take-off to the empty breath and its bliss of nothingness. That is if there is the willingness to forget what and where you believe to be. The animation is grabbed from Ello.

DO NOT THRUST THIS ARTICLE
If not thrusting this article or anything else, including your judgment of this and that, there is nothing to define who is reading this. Thus there is not someone definitive covering the transparent bliss of nothingness.

Let us imagine, your eyes are covered by your hand, so you can indulge in a daydream about a better tomorrow without being disturbed. Though it feels great to be in your own fantasy, it also feels disturbing to be shut out from the world right in front of you.

Then you slowly start sensing, it is your own hand that hides where you actually are, and without really knowing why you suddenly take it away.

In other words, it is the built-up pressure and a change of purpose from daydreaming to being present, which makes you see it is your own hand, that hides where you are, so you automatically remove it.

As soon as you have had enough of the frustrations coming from the belief in being someone definitive, a take-off to the empty breath is automatically ignited.

It happens much faster than reading this sentence. Yet it takes a few more seconds to stop your conditioned way of breathing, which probably is based on forcing it through the tensions of the body caused by your suppression of feelings. That is not necessary for the empty breath, because it does not notice them.

Patiently waiting for this, the flow of the empty breath sets off from the abdomen, as if it is generated from an engine there and solely is inside the body, which you can read more about here, where after it continues without any regards to the apparent borders of the body like it is described here.

Having had enough ignites a take-off to the empty breath
In some ways, the above process resembles the way a take-off to the empty breath is ignited. You have been hiding in your own story of a world defined by time and space.

The story is made up from thoughts and feelings, you have sought out and organised into a spiritual or mundane vocabulary, which is shared with like-minded ones, so you appear to be part of something meaningful with a plot so special, that the story seems to be hiding everything in it as well as the storyteller is made up from nothing, because thoughts and feelings are not real but an illusion fabricated by the brain from out of empty space. Though thoughts are just frequencies of empty space and therefore basically all alike, they are identified to differ from each other and as they are created by you, despite what is believed to be you is nothing but a construction of thoughts, that based on the thoughts, judged to differ from each other, is considered to be a unique and self-aware being capable of feeling love and whatnot. Read more about this here.

The exact moment you have had enough from the frustration coming from your story not delivering what the plot implied should be your fate, the selected thoughts and feelings making up the story do not seem to be able to establish the apparent differences in the story to make a difference, wherefore its nothingness is exposed. Not in the sense that you see nothing, but that what you see means nothing.

In other words, when you are fed up with your story of a world defined by time and space and do not try to deny, improve or transcend it, your frustration ignites a take-off to the empty breath.

You may not only sense the bare feet making the foot prints in this photo but also the body they belong to. Yet there is no body in the image, neither does anybody make foot prints like these. Thus what you sense is a construction of thoughts.* The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The empty breath does know what you believe to be, because it is a fantasy made from empty space. Thus it is only you and those you imagine being in this fantasy world, that deem you to be someone substantial in a tangible world.

This does not mean, that what you believe to be is transformed by the empty breath into something better or it is lifting you to somewhere higher. But that it takes away what you believe to be, so there is no consciousness to seek out thoughts and feelings, wherefore there is nothing but the bliss of nothingness, which can be experienced in the ways described here. It may also lead to glimpses of enlightenment, that is either seen, heard, felt or tasted as described here.

The empty breath cannot be experienced as something definitive, as it is empty space unprocessed by the brain. As a result of this it is noticed, if you want to experience something specific.

Since you are in a state of not-knowing, there is no awareness of its bliss, before memories of it pop up when you return to the conscious experience of being someone definitive, which must be done latest 20 minutes, 45 at most, after entering a state of not-knowing, if you want to remain as someone in a world defined by time and space. Read more about that here.

Be warned though, that when returning from a state of not-knowing to the consciousness of being someone definitive, you may not be recognised in the way you expect, wherefore you comment very bitterly on those, you blame for the lack of recognition, or maybe scapegoats from your past or famous people believed to be fake.

No worries. First of all, most likely it is not others but you, who have a hard time recognising that you are someone definitive, because a state of not-knowing rubs of on the certainty of that.

Secondly, grievances can be used to ignite a take-off to the empty breath, provided they are not suppressed by justifying them with the world but acknowledged as yours. Here you can read more about how the acknowledgement of feelings unveils their nothingness of bliss.

Yet, whatever has been suppressed can also be used to ignite a take-off to the empty breath. That is if you totally acknowledge the suppression. In other words, to entirely be what you feel in this moment ignites a take-off to the empty breath, regardless if you know what you feel and why.

When you are totally fed up with being controlled by the thoughts and feelings, you have sought out to form a belief system of how to be, the system is automatically left. Not in the sense that you give up, let be or surrender, but in the sense that without the system you are not definable as someone definitive. Igniting a take-off to the empty breath is not a matter of what and where you appear to be, nor whether you deny or indulge in sex or anything else. All that matters is that you are so fed up from obeying the specific thoughts and feelings, you have compiled into a special belief system of what is good and bad, so you reject being a slave of this belief system.

»When you dig into molecules, and the states of ion channels, enzymes, transcription programs, cells, synapses, and whole networks of neurons, you come to realise that there is no one place in the brain where memories are stored,« says Kukushkin. This is because of a property called plasticity, the feature of neurons that memorize. The memory is the system itself. From an article in Wired.

This belief system is the ego, which is made when you as the self created by the brain change it into something believed to be better by selecting special thoughts and feelings that you assume will make you spiritual, live in the now, come from the heart and whatnot. Contrary to the self created by the brain the self-made ego does not know what is in your own best interest, so you are always faced by trouble when following your own way instead of the brain, as it is there to support the self, it has created with happiness.**

What you believe to be and see is fabricated by the brain, so when it runs out of oxygen there is no more to be and see. Fortunately this fabrication of you as someone with a beginning and an end is easily bypassed, because it is made from out of nothing. The animation is grabbed from the web.

As justifying a feeling entraps it in the body and therefore suppresses its energy, it cannot be used to ignite a take-off to the empty breath. To set it free you do not have to know what it is you have suppressed and why.

You just need to acknowledge the state of numbness it entails by totally being that and nothing else, as this does not leave something to define it, wherefore a take-off to the empty breath spontaneously is ignited and the suppressed feelings unveiled as nothing twisted into something, so that you, who also is nothing, can appear to be someone definitive.

To sum it up, being really fed up with the tyranny of the ego, which is self-imposed since there is suddenly nobody to follow its instructions of how everything is experienced in the right way. So though the experiences of right and wrong are the same, there is not someone perceiving them to make a difference.

Consciousness is a fabrication of the brain done with the purpose of keeping you occupied with the awareness of something, so that the nothingness of your existence is not exposed.

This does not mean, you have an experience of being at one, as only someone who believes to be a separated can have an experience of something. It is rather like having a dream in which there is no difference between the experiencer and the experienced. Yet there is no one knowing this because you are in a state of not-knowing. See also Every moment is the perfect moment – also for dying in the rainforest.

The uncontrolled speed of any disturbing or intensely pleasant event will ignite a take-off to the bliss, that comes from being in the of indifference of the empty breath. So if you are confused about how to connect with it, do not try to clear up the turmoil but be so confused, that there is nothing else than that and therefore not something to define you, wherefore the speed of nothingness ignites a take-off to the bliss of nothingness, that the empty breath entails.

Not interfering with the speed of thoughts and feelings, they are set free to further speed up and ignite a take-off to the empty breath, that syncs the worlds of the outer and inner senses, wherefore everything definable, like stress, for example, is absorbed by the high-frequency world of the inner senses. The graphic is grabbed from Ello.

Uncontrolled chaos ignites a take-off to the empty breath
If you have not had enough from being a victim of your selected thoughts and feelings structured into a system of right and wrong, that you just ignore this apparent difference, the thoughts and feelings entrapped by the belief system will try to escape it.

Should you succeed in making an order in this mess by making up a new system believed to be more spiritual, thoughts and feelings may be kept in line when awake, but when at sleep and outside of your control they will not leave you at rest.

But if you do not try to stop thoughts and feelings, when they try to escape your control, they are free to further speed up and ignite a take-off to the empty breath, that in less than a split second syncs the apparent stress and chaos in the world of the outer senses with the world of the inner senses in which everything moves so fast and unorganised, that nothing is definable.***

As feeling upset is unveiled to be nothing but a cover-up for the transparency of bliss, you no longer need to avoid certain people or situations in order not to be bothered by them. Neither do you have a need to please those persons, who seem to cause happiness. In fact, you do not need anything from the world, except what the body needs to survive.

This has nothing do with psychotherapy, as it is about rebuilding yourself by and not blaming somebody else for your feelings but embracing them, as this enhances the belief in being someone definitive instead of undoing it. Besides, blaming something or somebody for what you feel is one of the fastest ways to get fed up with your own belief system and thus bypassing it. Read more about that here.

If you do not share your frustrations or joy with anybody but are being it all by yourself, you are not acknowledging a world where there seems to be more than one, wherefore it cancels itself out as if it is something and thus exposed nothing, which is pure bliss

This does not mean that you should let your feelings out or in any way share them, neither via an inner dialogue with what you consider to be yourself and others, nor should you keep them inside, but totally be them until the pressure of being alone is so unbearable, that you automatically leave the belief system causing you to appear as if you are separated from others, wherefore you are not somebody but nobody and thus in the transparent bliss of nothing.

When you are nobody, there is not somebody to be bothered about anything. Consequently only those who want to be somebody have a need for meditation or other techniques to stop or control the thoughts that disturbs what they believe to be.

In the connectedness with the empty breath, you are indifferent to differences, and thus also to being someone definitive. That is why there is not somebody with a need to seek out thoughts to be defined as someone definitive by them. Hence there are no thoughts that need to be stopped or controlled via meditation or any other technique. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The connectedness with the empty breath is neither about meditating, chanting or applying other techniques of self-control, because the on and off connectedness with it makes you indifferent to differences and thus to the apparent difference between you and others, wherefore there is no self to define and thus nobody to care about stopping or controlling thoughts.

Judgements about somebody being wrong justifies feeling angry. And judging somebody to be special justifies feeling joy. It also makes it look, as if it is the world that defines you to be someone definitive. The same applies, if you share specific thoughts and/or feelings with others in a dialogue that appears to be inside or outside yourself. Read more about this here.

Fortunately you do not have to stop this in order to undo the belief in being someone definitive, because if justifications are acknowledged, the energy that they have suppressed is set free, wherefore a take-off to the empty breath is ignited. Completely being what you feel ignites a take-off to the empty breath
A take-off to the empty breath is also ignited, when what you feel in this very moment is not suppressed by justifying it with the world but instead totally acknowledged via the completely being what you feel and nothing else, as that means there is not something to contrast what you are, and therefore nothing to define it, wherefore ´you´ are in a state of not-knowing.

That being said, blaming somebody else for what you feel can be a great way of seeing, what you have excluded from yourself (read more about that here), so you can include it by completely being it, which leaves nothing to contrast it and therefore not something to define you, wherefore a take-off to the empty breath is ignited. In other words, it is not required that you restrain yourself, and if you do, being that restriction completely annuls it and thus ignites a take-off to the empty breath.

When the fear of the unknown is fully acknowledged by totally being it, what seemed to be something, that had the power to frighten you, is unveiled as nothing. Thus what is unveiled is neither hell or heaven but the transparency of bliss.

The avoidance of a feeling makes it appear to be something that is dangerous, whereas the acknowledgement of it unveils it is nothing and that the absence of something is blissful. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Be aware, that fully acknowledging feelings can at first be felt like a trip to hell, because once you start opening up for suppressed feelings, everything that you ever have avoided to feel starts popping up. And until those feelings are fully acknowledged one by one or all at once by acknowledging their common denominator, namely fear of the hell, it may feel as if having panic attacks or endless despair and depression.

All those who like to talk about emotions are not into feeling them but to control them, because if something is totally felt, it is unveiled as nothing, wherefore there is nothing to talk about.

As it most likely is too fearful to acknowledge hell at once by being nothing but that it is probably a process over time, where the on and off the connection with the empty breath slowly but surely makes you indifferent to the apparently different of feelings you are experiencing, wherefore no specific feeling can bother you anymore. In The acknowledgment of a feeling unveils its nothingness of bliss you can read more about this, and in The ins and outs of ´the empty breath´ there is more about how to totally be a specific feeling, so that it becomes indefinable and therefore is unveiled as nothing but transparent bliss.

That applies to the fear of death as well. Just like everything else experienced as something, it is the bliss of nothing. This does not mean that death is the ultimate solution – especially not if performed by yourself, as that enhances the belief in being someone definitive. There is no solution in a world where there seems to be more than one but to have the nothingness of it unveiled. This includes whatever is deemed to be spiritual.

As any construction of thoughts can be used to ignite a take-off to the empty breath, and as a world where there seems to be more than one is nothing but a construct of thoughts, there is nothing in it that cannot be used be used for that.

The way Picasso learned to paint was by replicating traditional art, which he did until he was so good at it that he could forget the techniques and go with the flow of the brush. But there is nobody to replicate in regards to connecting with the empty breath because its flow is that of nothing. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Not knowing anything ignites a take-off to the empty breath
We usually learn something new by replicating somebody else. That is how we learned to talk and walk. Connecting with the empty breath, however, is not about learning but unlearning, so the purpose of this and the other articles in hack #4.3 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing is not to learn something but to unlearn everything you believe to know – including your ideas about spirituality.

The ocean is what it is, despite what it seems. So is that which I am.

This also applies to reading about Alexius experiences of the empty breath in the article What does ´the empty breath´ feel like?. They are not meant to be replicated but to give you an idea of what it is to be an empty vessel for the empty breath.

The reason Alexius so often is as an empty vessel for the empty breath is that he really does not know what and where he is. Neither do you or anybody else know what and where you are. You are most likely working very hard to convince everyone that you are not nobody but somebody.

Trouble always follows in the footsteps of being somebody, whereas it is nothing but bliss that comes in the wake of being nobody.

If you stop doing that, there is nothing to obstruct the empty breath from being activated as an automatic gear change between the inner and outer senses, so that glimpses of enlightenment in the world of the inner senses become the basis for how you perceive the world of the outer senses, namely as a fantasy made by nobody from out of nothing.***

That being said, as long as we appear to be somebody in a fantasy world that appears to be substantial, we cannot be nobody all the time. Alexius, for example, must adjust to the fantasy as if he is someone substantial so that the experiences fabricated by his brain can be used to formulate the non-teachings in the collectively agreed way of how communication is done in English. But to write them, he must be nobody, because their language is that of nothing.

Read Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings until you are so empty, that a take-off to the empty breath automatically is ignited – or you are so tired of reading, that you forget to control yourself, wherefore uncontrolled energy spontaneously ignites a take-off to the empty breath.

This is why you automatically are connected with the empty breath when you do not know what and where you are, so go on reading Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings until forgetting it is a spontaneous process of not going for something but nothing and thus automatically entering a state of not-knowing.

Exclusiveness results in you appearing to be someone definitive, but since that feels restricting, there is always a desire for more. Inclusiveness on the other hand results in nothing and thus no hope for more. Hence inclusiveness ignites a take-off to the empty breath and its bliss of nothingness. In other words, fragmenting this animation into what you like and do not like will further define you as someone definitive and therefore enhance the feeling of something is missing, whereas the complete inclusion of it is your ticket to the bliss of nothingness.

Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings does not give you anything, because that which is you are no different from that which is one, and as it is formless and therefore endless, there is nothing else to have than the formlessness of oneness. Hence you are mistaken if you believe to be and have more than that which is one. No worries. The duality hacks in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings correct this mistake by erasing every memory of what you believe to have. The animation is grabbed from the web.

The Duality Hacks and that which is you
There is no reason to laboriously learn all the hacks in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings for undoing the belief in being someone definitive. None of them is a goal in themselves – neither do they lead to the goal, because you are already there.

That which is you is no different from that which is one, and as it is formless and therefore endless, there is no more than that which is you.

Hence the purpose of applying one or more of the duality hacks is not to return to that which is one, but exposing what seems to hide it, namely the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

And as the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one do not appear to make a difference, when connected with the empty breath, the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one is slowly but surely falling apart the more you are connected with it.

If you want to dive into the bliss of the empty breath, it may be beneficial to read this intro about it. But if you prefer to jump right into it go to Take-offs to ´the empty breath´,.

When Alexius many years ago was hired to teach graphic design in an advertising school in Denmark he had a problem. Even though he had been designing magazines, websites, flyers and ads for companies big and small, he did not know how to do it, because everything was done as a servant, who intuitively does what is best for communicating the contents of the projects, he is hired to design a frame for.

He had no professional training in design, neither any other kind of education, so in order to provide students with guidelines of how to design, he wrote a book with basic rules of doing it, which he deducted from his intuitive way of designing.

There may not be anything else published about how to connect with the empty breath and drift in its bliss of indifference to the belief in being someone definitive.

If not in the bliss of not believing to be someone, you are speculative

The empty breath cannot help us in regards to knowing how come we appear to be substantial beings separated from each other by time and space, because this is not possible, since oneness is formless and therefore endless, so there is no time and space. How to explain the empty breath?
In regards to passing on guidelines of how to connect with the empty breath and drift in its bliss of indifference to the belief in being someone definitive, he is in the same situation, as when he was involved in teaching how to design. He has no knowledge from others, he can refer to in order to explain how to connect with the empty breath.

Neither does he know how to explain, that the image of us as somebody separated from each other is an artificial construct, designed by the brain to control and manipulate us into believing, that we are unique creatures separated from each other in a capsule of time and space, although there is nothing else than oneness, since it is formless and therefore endless.

But he knows how to serve and follow guidance, and starting to write about the empty breath and its undoing of the belief, that it is possible to divide the formlessness of oneness into separated substantial beings, he was guided to watch a movie (You Disappear), which quoted the latest scientific explorations of the brain.

Consciousness is just a construction of thoughts, which is no more than ones and zero in a stream of binary code.

The fabrication of something from out of nothing
The short version of these discoveries is that the brain uses five per cent of its capacity to construct an image of you as someone definitive, who is aware of itself through the experience of being separated from a world outside of it, that is assumed to cause its thoughts and feelings.

Another small part of the brain continuously fabricate experiences of an external world, that you seem to have and therefore to confirm, you as someone definitive in it.

These experiences the brain claims to process from frequencies it receives via the senses, but this explanation, just like the experiences it processes, is a smokescreen to cover up, that it does not know real from unreal. It uses the same organ to deal with both imaginary and reality, so it has no way to differentiate between imagination and reality. In other words, its version of reality is also imagined.

The experiences interpreted as the most meaningful ones, namely those that seem to define you as important, are stored in the rest of the brain, and as the sum of these memories constitute what you believe to be, you are not just a fabrication of the brain, you are the brain. Every bit of it – not just ten per cent – works to make it appear as if you are someone definitive in a world defined by time and space outside the formlessness of oneness.

Being in the bliss of not believing to be someone is to be empty

Science states, the world that we seem to feel and see consist of 99.9999999 per cent empty space. And the rest, despite it also is empty space and just like a dream does not contain anything substantial, is what we perceive as elements of matter making up a world defined by time and space. But since formlessness is endless, there is nothing outside of it. Thus any experience – whether it seems to be of a physical or spiritual nature, being direct or coming from the heart – is constructed by the brain from out of empty space. And as it takes a second for the brain to generate an experience of something from out of nothing, what you believe to be experiencing now happened one second ago.

In fact, it never happened, because one second ago there was nothing, and it only seems as if you experience something now because you need to believe this in order to feel that you exist.

The bliss of nothingness
Though science seems to know, that the experience of something is make-believe made from nothing, they are more interested in exploring something than nothing. Yet, it is in the latter, that the empty breath resides.

Since the experience, that the brain fabricate of a world defined by time and space to support the appearance of you as someone definitive, only makes sense, when you want to know or be aware of yourself as someone definitive, you connect with the empty breath by not being conscious and therefore remain in the continuous seconds of unprocessed empty space, where you are in a state of not-knowing*.

However, in order for somebody to be in this state, there still needs to be a little awareness of you as someone definitive, so the world made up by the brain continues to be experienced. But as there is not enough consciousness to establish you to be different from the experienced, the apparent difference between you and the world does not make a difference.

Hence there is no separation to hide, that although it is fun playing along with the fantasy of separation when you know it an illusion, it is nothing compared to the bliss of emptiness.

Yet it is not due to the revelations coming from the discoveries of how the brain is working that Alexius knows this, but because when he returns from a state of not-knowing* to the conscious experience of being someone in a world defined by time and space as it is fabricated by the brain from out of empty space, there are memories of the bliss it is to not to believe that this is real.

Not knowing what and where you are is the bliss of not believing to be someone

Not knowing something, nothing hides the bliss of nothing
He has no ingenious system for how he connects with the empty breath in the second of nothingness before the brain fabricates a conscious experience of him as someone definitive experiencing the empty space from one second ago as if it is a substantial world where something specific is happening now. And since the connection with the empty breath is a state of not-knowing*, he does not even know when he is connected.

Only those believing to be somebody definitive need to be in balance, peace and whatnot, because if not manifested as someone special, they are exposed as nothing.

But not always trying to know** and rather to serve life than to master it may be the reason, there are many moments with no need to support the image of him as someone definitive, so he automatically connects with the empty breath. But since he is not trying to know, he cannot say if this is so. Yet, as he is trying to serve, the article goes on.

If the brain is not kept active in a feedback loop with thoughts of separation for more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, it falls into coma. See also the hack 20 minutes, 45 at most in Extra Duality Hacks.

Yet he can say, that this connectedness cannot last too long at a time, if he wants to go on with the experience of being someone definitive, because that experience needs to be regularly updated by the brain via thoughts and feelings appearing to be caused by a world outside of him, so that they seem to confirm him to be a separate being in that world.

The bliss of not believing to be someone is always there

The inner and outer senses
When we are not connected with the empty breath and therefore not in the blissful state of not-knowing* but in the stressful awareness of being somebody definitive separated from others in the world we seem to experience through the outer senses, the empty breath is still connected with us, provided that we just once connected with it ourselves, because it does not know of separation.

The world of the outer senses is a version of the unprocessed world of the inner senses, that the brain has processed from it. Actually a bit more nuanced, but that you can read about in the next article What and where are the inner and outer senses.

The experience of being in the tangible world of the outer senses or the abstract world of the inner senses is in the context of where the data seem to come from received from the same senses, as the world of the outer senses is an interpretation of the world of the inner senses fabricated by the brain.

Looking at the bliss of not believing to be someone

As all experiences are illusionary it includes the experience of the empty breath as well. But as this is what this illusion, it unveils the bliss of nothing, until not even bliss seems to hide, there is no more than that which is one, and therefore no bliss or anything else to experience, since it takes more than one to experience something. Since the empty breath does not know of separation, it has no knowledge about the tangible world of the outer senses. Yet it senses you are stressed from believing to be someone definitive, so it synchs the feeling of stress with the abstract world of the inner senses, where there is nothing specific and therefore no stress.

This metaphor only makes only sense as long as you believe, that the experience of you as someone definitive in the world of the outer senses is real, because that experience as well as any other – including the connectedness with the empty breath or anything else considered to be spiritual – is a deception made from out of empty space.

Fortunately the experience of the empty breath exposes this, so that the bliss of not believing to be someone is the last thing, you experience, before this belief does not seem to cover, that there never was or will be more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless.

But as the world of the outer senses is based on the experience that everything is separated by time and space, the empty breath has no knowledge of it. Yet it grasps, we are stressed from figuring out what to achieve, how to do it, and most of all how to live up to our own expectation of what getting what we want should make us feel.

Whether you are connected with the empty breath or not, it is always connected with you, so that it can function as an automatic gear change between the outer and inner senses, and make the abstractness in the world of the inner senses the base from where the world of the outer senses is perceived, wherefore the achievement of specific the physical elements does not seem important.

In the flow of not believing to be someone

The synchronisation of the inner and outer senses
To take the edge out of the stress we feel in the world of the outer senses, the empty breath synchs it with the world of the inner ones. Not because this world is more peaceful, but because it is a high-frequency world, so the speedy and restless energy, that appears to cause stress in the low-frequency world of the outer senses, does not seem stressful at all.

It is not thoughts as such, that prevents us from going with the flow, but the desire to use them for accomplishing something specific.

That being said, you might not want to go with the flow of this synchronisation, because although it results in indifference to stress, it may not produce what you stressed to get. That is why most want to avoid the flow of the empty breath and go with the stress it takes to obtain what they want.

Like a pencil cannot make its scribblings go away but an eraser can, you cannot make your scribblings as someone definitive go away but the empty breath can.

Even though getting what they want does not result in lasting satisfaction, they prefer to carry on searching for something new and better to make them happy and lessen the stress that this entails through meditation, yoga or other techniques making them appear to not be egoistic, though it is all about becoming and having more at the expense of others (see That which is you has no end).

The bliss of not believing to be someone may appear as blurry


The more the connectedness with the empty breath cancels out the contrasts of tangible feelings – for example happiness and sadness – in the world of the outer senses by synchronizing them with the abstractness of the inner senses, the more you are indifferent to the apparent existence of the world experienced with the outer senses, because when you neither feel happy or sad about it does not make sense. This does not mean, that you begin to see the world of the outer senses as in this image, although that is a possibility, but that you begin to perceive its apparent differences to not make a difference. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

When the substantial world of the outer senses is equally synchronised with the abstractness in the world of the inner senses, you are partially somebody and nobody, but not enough somebody to know what and where you are.

Though that means you are in a state of not-knowing, part of you as someone definitive is still kept intact in order for you to be there. Read more about this in the next article What and where are the inner and outer senses.

The same applies to experiencing the world of the inner senses. There must to be someone to experience it. If not, the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one is over, and so there is nothing to hide, there is no more than that which is one.

Going with the flow
Being process and not result minded though, the flow of the empty breath can also set off from what appears to be egoistic motivated. Just like it probably was part of the flow for Alexius to start writing about the empty breath by following his own idea of emphasising the synchronisation of the outer and inner senses.

Yet going with the flow, the emphasis turned out to be on the bliss of emptiness, that arises from the connectedness with the empty breath and its indifference to the belief in being someone definitive.

No concepts survive the bliss of not believing to be someone

So do not let concepts of right and wrong prevent you from going with the flow. Even within the context of living in a world defined by time and space, most concepts are deceptive.

The ground beneath our feet is spinning at 1.000 miles an hour and the entire planet is hurtling round the sun at 67.000 miles an hour.

You may for example experience the sun to go up and down. Yet it only appears so, because you believe to be someone separated from a tangible world experienced to revolve around you. Yet it is not the sun that is going up and down, but what and where you believe to be. See The sun does not go up and down – it is a deception.

Ways to connect with the empty breath
It seems, that while in the flow of writing about the empty breath, ways of explaining how to ignite a take-off to it popped up. For example by using the energy of the stress arising from the belief in being someone definitive as a take-off. Read more about how to do that in hack #4.3 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing.

Just like everything else sensed, it is invisible and colourless until the brain ascribe it with a specific shape and colour. But as the brain cannot conceive nothingness without falling into coma, the empty breath remains invisible and colourless.

If this is what you want, it is not important whether you read hack #4, Being in a state of not-knowing from beginning to end or just browse it. What is important is to not focus on anything in particular or spend time on processing it in order to integrate it.*** It is not about integrating or learning something but to unlearn everything, so you do not contain anything and thus is an empty vessel can be at service for the empty breath.

Only those believing to be special have the need to do things in their own pace.

Ways to not connect with the empty breath
The need to connect with the empty breath in your own pace and to spend time on processing what you have read about it comes from the belief, that what the brain makes you appear to be is real.

In order to support this belief, you or the brain, which basically is the same since what you believe to be is a construction of thoughts, need time to twist Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings into the already established concept of what and where you are (see Where to find the bliss of ´the empty breath´).

The bliss of not believing to be someone does not come from something but nothing

Looking for something you can relate to as your true self in the teachings of a guru or somebody else, you do not look for that which is real, because it is no different from that which is one and it takes more than one to look for something. This, however, is not necessary with the spiritual teachings in fashion. It has already been done by those promoting them so that even though spirituality is formless, it seems as if it can be obtained by someone definitive through coming from the heart or something else shaped by time and space.

In such teachings you may seem to recognise the very special entity, you believe is your true nature. But whatever you believe to be is nothing, because spirituality is everything, as it is formless and therefore endless.

So do not read about the empty breath with the expectation of finding something to make you or the world better, but to become indifferent to what and where you appear to be.

It is a waste of time reading about the empty breath if you want to become more spiritual or wise, because just like what you believe to be, the empty breath is nothing but empty space (see the article ´The empty breath´ is empty space and so is what you believe to be).

So the less you seem to know something,** the less something appears to hide, what you believe to be is nothing. Hence there is not something to separate you from the empty breath.

Appearances do not matter in the bliss of not believing to be someone

The only requirement is a willingness
Leaving your comfort zone of knowing what and where you are** is not done by fighting or transforming your conditioned behaviour, but by being willing to undo the belief, that makes it possible to appear as if you are conditioned, namely the belief in being someone definitive.

About willingness see also Willingness to not exclude but include undoes the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one.

This willingness most often comes from admitting, that the appearance of you as someone definitive is a not a matter of fact but of make-believe. And this you admit when acknowledging, you are not willing to undo the belief in being someone definitive, because this acknowledgement confirms what you appear to be is make-believe.

Momentarily being connected with the empty breath is very blissful, because it makes you indifferent to the belief that you are someone definitive, so there does not appear to be someone bothered about the appearance of anything.

Appearing there without being there
Having the belief in being someone definitive undone, does not mean that what you appear to is destroyed, reborn or awaken. Just like within the context of this belief, it is not Santa Claus that is undone when you grow up, but the belief that he is real. In short, the indifference to the experience of you as someone definitive does not change the look of it.

Since nothing matters when connected with the empty breath, you are free to pursue whatever seems to matter.

Looking for nothing is the door to the bliss of not believing to be someone

If you are not looking for something special to confirm your belief in being special, you will probably be indifferent the apparent differences in this image and therefore also to the apparent separation between the image and what you appear to be, and hence in the bliss of not-knowing what and where you are. When you start to grasp that what you appear to be is a fantasy, it is amazing to appear as if you are Santa Claus, a father, a mother or whatnot, while your on and off connection with the empty breath slowly but surely makes you indifferent to the belief that you are someone at all.

Reading Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings probably seem depressing, if you believe to be unique, because they do not imply there is any hope for you in the future, because that is nothing but empty space.

Yet the inclusion of hopelessness is the key to not look for something to hide the depression that is depressing anger and thus the nothingness from where bliss arises, when not hoping to find something there. See also the hack No Hope = Oneness in Extra Duality Hacks.

To be indifferent or not
The below metaphor may be beneficial in regards to picking up on what it is the empty breath brings about:

When you believe to be someone – whether physical or spiritual – something must be perceived to be different from you, so you appear to be separated from it and therefore to be someone definitive. Thus when playing a game like Monopoly, for example, you do it to make its world of illusionary differences real by insisting that they make a difference.

But the more you are in the indifference of the empty breath, the more you play Monopoly to have fun pretending, that its apparent differences make a difference.

Connecting with the empty breath is not about being deeper, purer, balanced or whatnot, because being anything is part of the experience in being someone and the empty breath is not part of that but the nothingness that this experience is fabricated from.

How does it feel
The connection with the empty breath may be experienced as described by Alexius in the articles What does ´the empty breath´ feel like? and The empty breath´ undoes all conditioning. But do not count on it, because his experience of it is not static. And even if it was, you and Alexius would probably experience it in each your own way – just like would do if having the same cup of tea. Besides the main attribute of the empty breath is indifference, and that is hardly an experience.

Not trying to experience anything specific but including everything exactly as it is perceived to be brings about a perfect moment, because without excluding something there is nothing to define you as someone.

Hence you are therefore in the bliss of not-knowing what and where you are, and this is also where you are when connecting with the the empty breath, having glimpses of enlightenment, or applying any other the duality hack except for the enlightenment of that which is one.

If these states of bliss are identical is not to know, because they are all states of not-knowing*, which is an equal mix of empty space and the conscious experience of you as someone definitive, the brain has fabricated from that.

There is nobody in the bliss of not believing to be someone

In a state of not-knowing there is not enough consciousness to be aware of yourself as someone definitive separated from what you experience to a world outside of you. Thus you are in the bliss of indifference to the world of separation, that the brain fabricate to make you appear as if you are someone definitive. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

In this mix there is not enough consciousness to perceive the apparent differences in the world to make a difference, so you are indifferent to the belief in being someone definitive. Yet there is enough consciousness to cover that the world is nothing but empty space, so you still appear to be there, though in a more abstract way than when being fully conscious.

A state of not-knowing* lasts as long as you do not try to regain full consciousness (see Where to find the bliss of ´the empty breath´), but not more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, if you want to remain as if you are someone living in a capsule of time and space.

The enlightenment of that which is one though is not a state of not-knowing, since it totally erases the memory of ever having appeared to be someone definitive (see hack #5-7.2 Inner senses, enlightenment and glimpses of it), and without just a bit of that, there is nobody left to be in any kind of state.

Measured in linear time the enlightenment of that which is one probably last less than a minute. We are so conditioned to believe, we are somebody definitive in a world defined by time and space, that the fear of annihilation takes over and we compulsively imagine to see something, so that we again appear to be somebody in a world defined by time and space.

This also applies to Buddha and Jesus or anybody else who has bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, because it only takes one to undo the belief in not being one, and there still appear to a world where there seems to be more than one, so every one has used fear as a way to rebooted as somebody in a world where there seems to be more than one.

On top of that, it may not even be the empty breath, that is uncovered through the willingness to not uphold the belief in being someone definitive. Maybe it is the enlightenment of that which is one or a glimpse of it (see the article A reintroduction to the inner senses, the enlightenment of that which is one and glimpses of it), or a perfect moment (see hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is a perfect moment), or the freedom that comes from pretending to be what you are not (see hack #1.4 Pretending to be someone definitive).

Time is nothing in the bliss of not believing to be someone

Without the basic contrast of expansion and contraction, there is no experience of life. Yet what we experience as life is really death, because life is formless and therefore without a beginning and end, so anything that does not last forever is lifeless. It is, however, life that makes it possible to have fantasies about being a limited being in a lifeless world – just like within the context of such a world, it is only due to that, you can to imagine being someone you are not in a virtual world of a video game. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The bliss of nothing cannot be obtained, as it is not something
By implementing of one or more of the duality hacks you cancel out the apparent difference between the opposing sides of the contrasts making up the experience of you as someone definitive in the world of the outer senses, so that there are no differences to attest to you being different from the world where you experience to be.

As the conscious experience fabricated by the brain of you as someone separated from a world outside of you, therefore, does not make sense, you do not know what and where you are. Thus are in a state of not-knowing*.

A state of not-knowing* set-off on its own accord by the willingness to not believe you are someone definitive.

This is not a state though, where you can arrange to go, when you feel like having it integrating, because there is not something to integrate, neither anybody to have something integrated, since what you believe to be is a fantasy made from out of nothing.

In this context it is rather the nothingness of you, that is to be integrated with the nothingness of the empty breath – or more to the point, the belief that you are someone definitive is to be undone by the empty breath, so there does not seem to be something obscuring, that no matter what you believe to be, you are not made from matter, astral energy or anything else but empty space – just like the empty breath.

The person the brain has fabricated to appear, as if it is you, will keep on saying, there must be something more. And if something more is what you want, you better forget about the duality hacks, as applying for example the empty breath, the belief that it is possible to be or have more is slowly but surely undone.

It is not about learning something but to unlearn everything
To sum it up, there is nothing to know, since that requires more than one and there is no more than that which is one, as it is formless and therefore endless. So although there seems to be so much to know, when appearing to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, there is only one thing to know in regards to the formlessness of oneness, namely that there is nothing to know.**

Differences do not make a difference in the bliss of not believing to be someone

That is why the purpose of Alexius´ Enlightened NonTeachings is not to learn something new but to unlearn everything**. This is done by reading all of them – or flip through them – and apply one or more of the duality hacks until there is nobody to acknowledge, that the person fabricated by the brain is real, wherefore there is nothing but the bliss of being indifferent to the belief that you are someone definitive.

When you are connected with the empty breath bliss arises from being indifferent to the belief in being someone definitive.

But as the connection is a state of not-knowing*, there is not enough consciousness to be aware of the bliss, until a state of not-knowing is left in favour for the full consciousness of being someone definitive, where memories of the bliss, it is to be indifferent to this or any other consciousness, pop up.

When you leave the empty breath, it remains connected with you, because it does not know, that you believe to be someone, who is separated from everything in the low-frequency world experienced by the outer senses.

Yet it senses the stress coming from this belief, so it synchs it with the high-frequency world of the inner senses, which is indifferent to the restlessness that speedy thoughts and feelings seem to produce.

What you believe to be does not exist
Should you wonder, who chooses to believe, that the image fabricated by the brain of someone definitive is you, or who has programmed the brain to produce this image, or who is connecting with the empty breath, or who is wondering about this, the answer is nobody, because the experience of being somebody, whether in a so-called spiritual or physical sense, is just like having a daydream within this experience. There is nobody in it.

Everything is new in the bliss of not believing to be someone

Even though some plants are edible, not all of them are. Often the most beautiful of them often that should not be eaten if you want to remain as someone living in a capsule of time and space. And if you do not want to end, when your appearance there is over, you better avoid beautiful ideas like living in the nowcoming from the heart and being transformed, because they are based on the belief in being someone definitive, and everything definitive, contrary to the formlessness of oneness, has an end. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Thus the empty breath and the other duality hacks are therefore just as dreamlike as anything else in the experience of being someone definitive, no matter what and where that seems to be. Appearances do not matter in the bliss of not believing to be someone

There are lots of ways to appear as if you are someone definitive in a world defined by time and space, but there is no way to leave it because you are not in it. Just like within the context of such world a dreamer is not its a dream, and therefore not returning to its bed when the dream is over. Likewise, you do not return to the formlessness of oneness, when your apparent life in a capsule of time and space is over, because you never left it. But contrary to the illusions – for example, being transformed into something more real by living in the now and/or coming from the heart – promoted by most so-called spiritual movements in fashion, the duality hacks do not attempt to transform anything but to expose that everything experienced to exist is made from out of nothing.

Connecting with the empty breath, for example, you become indifferent to the differences in the experiences produced by the brain. Hence you do not believe you that you are someone definitive separated from others but that it is something you pretend to be.****

Though the experience of world where there seems to be more than one seems to hide there is no more than that which is one, the experience of such a world is bound to end, because that which is one is formless and therefore without end.

And as what you pretend to be, you are not, that which is you does not end, when the experience of you as someone in a capsule of time and space is over. Furthermore, until then it is much fun pretending to be what and where you are not,**** as absolutely no harm comes from that.

**) This does not mean, that you should avoid learning and knowing something, or being and having more when it comes to the practical aspects of appearing to be someone definitive. Yet there is no need to think about it when connected with the empty breath because its indifference to differences makes it impossible to make choices, so in its flow, you are having the belief in being someone special undone, while enjoying the excitement of this belief to its fullest.

Enlightenment of that which is one cannot be known, but glimpses of it can

People have very strange ideas about what the enlightenment of that which is one is. Some think it is a process, that it is zen, to be pure love or consciousness or to see though all illusions. But to in a process, see or be something requires you to believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, and where there is more than one, there is no enlightenment of that which is one. Most of those writing or talking about the enlightenment of that which is one try to give the impression, that they know what it is, so if you have chosen to believe their so-called knowledge, you may dismiss the enlightenment of that which is one, if it hits you, because it has nothing to do with anything anybody claim to know. Enlightenment of that which is one is formless so it cannot be described or defined. If you try, you will remain as someone definable, and so it is not possible to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one.

In other words, if somebody refers to experiences of enlightenment, it is not the enlightenment of that which is one, because it cannot be experienced. Yet it might be glimpses of it because just like you can use your senses to experience a world that appears to be outside of you, you can turn them inwards in order to experience a world with glimpses of enlightenment.

If you tend to sense the world in an auditory way, turning the senses inwards may not reveal visual glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one but auditory ones, so instead of a revelation of light, it is a revelation of ethereal harmonies. Just like the outer senses also can feel and taste, so can the inner ones.

In other words, there are the same different ways to experience the glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, as there are to experience the world when senses are partly turned inwards. If they are fully turned inwards, the enlightenment of that which is one is bid welcome. This is not an experience though, as it takes more than one to experience something.

The purpose of feelings is to make something feel as if it is tangible. But that which is you is not tangible, as it is the formlessness of oneness, and it takes more than one to feel something. Consequently what is felt is an illusion.

In other words, in reality, it is not possible to feel anything at all. Likewise, there is not something to experience in reality – or rather, there is no difference between the experiencer and the experienced. They are one. Consequently, the enlightenment of that which is one can neither be felt or experienced. It is, that which is.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When the sun is shining strong and bright it reveals, if my windows are well cleaned or not – it reveals all the things, I normally do not see. This is contrary to the light of the enlightenment of that which is one. Although it can be said to be brighter than thousands of suns, it reveals nothing. There is not anything to see and no need to see something. Not because it fulfils you, but because you as someone definable is no more. There is nothing but the light of that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

So many claims to know to know the way to that which is one, but none of them goes there. Could it be because they are still trying to heal, fix and improve what they believe to be instead of undoing the belief in being someone at all?

When that is undone there is not someone to go to that which is one. Thus no way is needed.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one has vague memories of it, whereas others have nothing but speculations.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

To be in the world and not of it does not mean, the world looks more dreamy, transparent or lucid. The world is a concept, that always looks the same, unless you do not change the concept via for example drugs or Photoshop like in the case of this pic. To not be of the world is like, – within this context of the world – that when you play a game like Monopoly, you know, you are in it but not of it.

The enlightenment of that which is one does not change anything – except that you know, the world is pure fiction. This includes also ideas of god, love, higher self, ego and you name it. Well, enlightenment also it makes it easier to live in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Because when you know none of it is real – neither you as a person in it – there is no need for questions or answers. You are free to step on it and play the game of pretending to be a person ´there´.* Someone once put it more or less like this: To be in the world and not of it.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You cannot know the enlightenment of that which is one, and that is why hardly anybody is enlightened. They try so hard to know and understand – and so they fail, because in regards to the enlightenment of that which is one everything you seem to know is wrong!

The unenlightened likes to teach others the way to enlightenment, but the enlightened knows there is no way.

Books and lectures may seem to provide some understanding about the enlightenment of that which is one, but the more you think you understand, the further away you are from it. The same applies if you think you understand it after reading Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. They are not meant to be understood, but to help you to unlearn everything, you have learned.

The enlightened does not care to appear spiritual or anything else, as to be something requires more than one. But to the unenlightened it is very important appearing to be spiritual, so even though the enlightened and the unenlightened knows just as much about the enlightenment of that which is one, namely nothing, the unenlightened show off as if knowing so much.

You cannot bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one by wanting it, but by not wanting to be of the world. It erases everything you know so that there is literally nothing left for the light to carry through a black hole into that which is one.

The enlightenment of that which is one does not result in something. It has absolutely no effect, as that would require more than one.

Just the smallest definitions of the enlightenment of that which is one break it up in specific elements that each has a beginning and end – and as it cannot be broken, you have fabricated another illusion to fence it off. So do yourself a favour: Forget all that you think, you just read. Forget, what and where you believe to be, so that there is no belief blocking out the enlightenment of that which is one.

Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings presents no definition of the enlightenment of that which is one, as it is not of the world a world where there seems to be more than one, and therefore cannot be figured out. There is not someone definable in the enlightenment of that which is one, so there is nobody to picture it.

Nobody sees it. Yet if you return to a world where there seems to be more than one as a visually minded person, you may have vague memories of a light brighter than thousands of suns as it is described in the Bhagavad Gita. Neither is there anybody hearing it, but if you are an audio minded person, you may have vague memories of ethereal harmonies with sounds that can be compared to bells and harps. And even though there is nobody to feel the enlightenment of that which is one you may as an emotional minded person have vague memories of a feeling that can be compared to the sensation of thousands of bubbly Coca Colas mixed into one bubble. This is actually what the vibration that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises. Also, it is not something you taste. Yet there may be vague memories of thousands of smoothies mixed into one taste of milk and honey with a hint of strawberries or liquorice.

As the enlightenment of that which is one is what undoes the belief that there is more than one, it is not mixing its different aspects, but using the one that is most appealing to you, so do not fight it when all the thoughts collected to witness you as someone definitive is extracted and the nothingness of you is sucked into that which is one.

Society, in general, prefers visual effects and consequently the visual aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one is the most known. However, the other aspects of it are just the same in the sense that they all are ways to make it attractive for you to not focus something definable but follow the flow into the formlessness of that which is one. Whatever aspect of enlightenment is revealed to you depends on your preferences in daily life. None of the aspects though are in themselves the goal. There is no goal because there is no more than that which is one.

Please be aware, that if for example somebody has never seen a carrot, and it is described as having a colour like a colourful sunset, this does not mean, a carrot has anything to do with as a sunset. It is common sense.

But when it comes to the enlightenment of that which is one most seem to forget common sense and make strange conclusions, so to spell it out: Any description of the enlightenment of that which is one in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, is just that, namely a description. And like a carrot is not a sunset, the visual aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one in a light brighter than thousands of suns, but the intensity of it can be compared to that.

Failure may be the greatest success

In a long forgotten land, there lived an old man in a house far away from everything.

In a land long time forgotten, there was a wise old man, who was said to know the way to the enlightenment of that which is one. A young man, who dreamed of this, travelled for months through the country until he finally succeeded in finding the old man in an obscure place far from everything. He asked, the old if he could show him the way to the enlightenment of that which is one, and the old man answered: »No problem if you are willing to work for it«.

»Of course«, said the young man, who was very eager to get started, but a little surprised when the old man asks him to dig a ditch around his house. He assumed the old man was poor so that if he would do it for free, all secrets would be revealed for him.

He, therefore, did his best to impress the old man, but it was not easy. The old man kept saying, the work was not good enough, it could be much better, the ditch should be much deeper and so on. When the old man at long last seemed to be satisfied, the young one thought, now he would be rewarded for all his hard work.

Expecting something for something
For about a week the young man patiently waited for the old man to show his appreciation. Though old man said nothing he treated the old man with much respect, thinking that the better he could make the old man feel, the more he would reveal. For weeks the old man did not approach the young man at all, until one day he quietly asked him to fill up the ditch again.

The young man freaked out and started to wonder, if the old man really was a wise man, but he decided to see what would happen, if he did what he was told – and so he filled up the ditch in such a way, that you could hardly see, there ever had been one.

The award appeared shitty
The young man was very proud of his work, and when the old man asked him to meet in his house exactly one hour later, he thought, now all secrets will be revealed to me. So he opened the door to the house with a big smile on his face. It did very last very long though because the old man threw a bucket of cow shit down on the young man from his hiding place above the door. The young man got angrier than ever before in his life – especially as he through the shit saw, how amazed the old man was.

Furiously he left the old man, thinking he had wasted months of his precious life with this sadistic man, who knew nothing about the enlightenment of that which is one. After some time, however, he felt like coming back, and so one more time he asked the old man to teach him the secret way to the enlightenment of that which is one.

Again the old man said yes and gave him one meaningless assignment after the other. A year or more went on like this, and when the old man one day again threw a bucket of cow shit on the young man, he quietly looked at the old man with a happy smile beneath the shit.

The young man did not feel young anymore, neither old. And he was no more looking for secrets to be revealed in the future. He was not looking for anything at all, neither did he assume, that he in any way had done or was anything special. All his ideas were gone. He was empty, and in the emptiness, he saw nothing, so there was not something to hide the enlightenment of that which is one.

Failure may be the greatest success
In the above, Alexius may have mixed two old Satsang* stories, that he heard as a young man. At that time he considered them to be typical guru stories out of touch with modern life because he was still into using life instead of being used by it.

In the eyes of the world, he has had a very successful life. In the past years, however, everything seems to fall apart. There is nothing inside of him, no ´I´ with a need to have or do anything that seems useful, neither no power to do something about it. In fact no power of his at all. This apparent failure though may be his biggest success.**

Alexius has no more to live up to. All expectations are gone. He is nothing and that is why the formlessness of oneness can use him as a medium for the which is one. This is, of course, just a metaphor because oneness is a power with no powers as that requires more than one, so it has no power to use anyone.


*) Satsang is a Hindi word that roughly translated means to be in the company of truth, which in the context of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings is nonsense, as to be something requires more than one and truth is that which is one. In other words, it is just another fabricated state of mind in a world where there seems to be more than one, that is used to hide there is no more than one.

**) This reflects the personality of Alexius, but it does not necessarily apply to your personality. Having nothing inside is just as illusionary as anything else in a world where there seems to be more than one, so if the illusion of having everything inside and lots of success in the world seems to your ´way´ by all means go for it.

What it boils down to is that all illusions are symbols of that which is real, since without reality there could be no illusion. Perceived in this way, it does not matter what illusion you indulge yourself in. The sun does never go up and down – it is a deception

One who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one is as alone as can be. Well, everybody is, even though they try to cover it with a full calendar and whatnot. The enlightened though has nothing to cover, because there is no ´I´ with a need to appear as if it is together with somebody special or part of something greater.

Yet the enlightened is superb in regards to relating to others because relating – just like anything else in a world where there seems to be more than one – is perceived as a symbol of oneness. In that sense, all relations are the same. Consequently the enlightened has no need to be involved in a specific relation and therefore can tune into the needs of any relation and be its missing piece.

But there is no urge to make any relation last, neither is there any fear of its end, which is bound to come – especially as the reason for others to be in a relationship is to be part of something special, so they expect to be missed, and the enlightened never miss anything.

A journey without distance
When persons seem to leave the enlightened, he/she does not perceive it as being left – just like the sun is not gone, when it seems to go away at night. It is in the same place, whether it appears to go up or down. It is the earth, that is moving.

The enlightened knows, that if others are experienced to leave, it only seems so because the enlightened itself is moving – or rather imagine to move because the enlightened is not in a world where there seems to be more than one. What is real cannot be in an illusion – just like within a world where there seems to be more than one it is not possible for a person to be in the virtual world of a video game. Yet it is possible to imagine being there.

To imagine something does not make it real though, so if others seem to leave the enlightened because he/she imagine moving in the world, nothing has changed. Just like nobody is leaving you in a dream and you are not going anywhere, because all the time you are in your bed. Likewise, that which is one is still the same and will always be, regardless of what seems to happen in a world where there seems to be more than one. In other words, one who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one is on a journey without distance.

Being on a journey without distance requires the unenlightened to think so he/she can figure out what to do and where to go. The enlightened, however, does not need to think, because nothing is needed on that a journey, as that which is one is formless and therefore endless, so there is no nowhere to go since that requires more than one.

PART 1:
Gurus and others talking about silence, inner peace and bliss are trying to seduce you into believing, that they know how to find shelter from the world – or how to transcend it. But how can they claim, there is something to find in a world, they also say is an illusion or a dream? Everything found in a dream is of course equally illusionary, no matter if it seems to be found inside or outside of an appearance there or whether it is judged to be pure or whatnot.

Although the dreamer cannot be seen in the dream, everything in it symbolises the dreamer
The foundation of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings is that a world where there seems to be more than one is to be compared to a dream or a movie – in other words, it is an illusion! This is possible to sense, just like when you – within the illusion of a world where there seems to be more than one – have a dream and for a moment sense it is not real.

Regardless the distances and the apparent different persons in a dream, there are no distances and no differences at all. Everything is in the dreamer, so no matter where you appear to be in the dream you are with the dreamer. It is only the belief in its realty, that separates you from each other.

This does not mean, that you in such a moment see what is real, but that you sense the unreality of a world where there seems to be more than one. What is real you cannot see, as there is nothing real in an illusion, no matter what you seem to think, feel experience or read – included Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. But if can you sense, what you think is you is nothing but a fleeting appearance be in a dream, it is likely that the dreamer of it is real.

Reality though is not something definitive. It is formless and much more energetic than you can ever imagine in the dream of a world defined by time and space. Millions of atomic bombs exploding at one time are nothing compared to the formless energy of that which is one.

It is one perpetual present at an unimaginable speed – so fast that there is no difference to see and nobody has the time to see anything. That is why nothing is happening in the formlessness of oneness. See the appendix in What is unreal is right in front of you.

Alexius is speaking from vague memories of the enlightenment of that which is one, where the dream of a world defined by time and space is no more and therefore neither Alexius to experience something. That is why – apart from the certainty that there is no more than that which is one and therefore not a world where there seems to be more than one – he only has vague memories of it.

If you experience or are aware of something, you are either unreal or hallucinating
The experience of seeing something can only occur in a world, where there seems to be more than one. In such a world one perpetual present seems to be hidden behind the idea of linear time, as it gives the impression, there is a continuous flow of endless events with each their own past and a future.

Reality is that which is one. There is neither nothing inside or outside, as that requires more than one.

Selected fragments of this flow some gurus want you to freeze and uphold as if it is a state of peace or stillness, but just like everything else in a world where there seem to be more than one these states are based on excluding something upsetting or disturbing.

In other words, as they are based on the belief in separation, they exclude the only peace and stillness there is, namely the formlessness of oneness, which has no disturbances, as it takes more than one to be disturbed by something. So if you are feeling disturbed or feeling anything at all, you are either unreal or hallucinating.

The enlightenment of that which is one versus glimpses of it
The enlightenment of that which is one is a moment, that starts in the dream of a world where there seems to be more than one. Yet in the exact same moment, the dream is over. As that which is you were not in the dream, it is not awakening to a new awareness. On the contrary, there is no awareness of anything, neither that you seemed to have believed being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, as that requires more than one. There is just one bright light – so intense that there is nothing to see and therefore nothing to be.

The enlightenment of that which is one sucks you through a black hole, that starts like a zen circle, except the ´drawing´ of it starts off from the top going extremely quickly in both directions at the same time with a brush like a stroke at both of the ends like in this image. When they meet, an extremely bright light – neither opaque or transparent – explodes out of it while extracting the thought construction you identify to be you, so that there is nothing to suck into the black hole. But the two strokes making the black hole will not meet if you have registered them as for example moving black strokes looking like a zen sign, because you are comparing it to the past and so you go back there. In other words, the black hole is not completed and you are back in a world where there seems to be more than one. From this follows that this description is a mix of my vague memories of the enlightenment of that which is one and my many glimpses it, that stops with the forming of the circle around the black hole. The light is there to suck what has been stripped free of the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one through a black hole into that which is one. That is if there are no leftovers of this belief because if there is, you will think that you see something and therefore return to a world where there seems to be more than one, because only in such a world can something be experienced to be seen by somebody.

In other words, if it is perceived as if there is something definable in the enlightenment of that which is one, you will again appear to be someone definitive in a world defined by time and space.

Those who have exciting enlightenment experiences to tell about have held onto the belief in being someone definitive and therefore not as nobody been sucked through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one, so what they have experienced is a glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one.

Glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one can be experienced by seeing, hearing, feeling or tasting it. But as it requires more than one to experience something, the glimpses are not the enlightenment of that which is one.

From from the perspective of a world defined by time and space the enlightenment of that which is one leads to nothing, because there is not something to see, and therefore nothing to define you as someone definitive. That which is one has no perspective, as it requires more than one to have something.

For someone who is fed up of appearing to be someone definitive, it is frustrating to only have glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, but for those who love to appear as someone special it is perfect, because the glimpses can be used to pump up the specialness by lecturing or writing books about the experience of a vast empty space full of pure consciousness, love, bliss or whatever the glimpses are interpreted to reveal.

But it has nothing to do with the enlightenment of that which is one because only someone definitive can be full of pure consciousness, love, bliss or anything else.

The ego likes to give the impression, that it can help you get more, whether in a so-called spiritual or materialistic way. Yet you never get anything but the need for even more. This need, however, you already had. It was because of that, you invented the ego, so it seems, that although that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

PART 2:
Someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, as well as someone who is not, knows nothing. Those not to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, however, do their best to act as if they know a lot, whereas someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one has no such need, as the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one is not perceived to make a difference, and so there is nothing to know – except of course that there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one.

So whether you think, that you know, why it is raining, why you or somebody else do this or that, what you think you know is an illusion, as it takes more than one to know something and the formlessness of that which is one is everything, because what is formless is endless.

From this follows that to love or help somebody, just like everything else in a world where there seems to be more than one, is an illusion, and therefore an attribute of the ego.

Everything that requires more than one is an attribute of the ego. Yet attributes of the ego can be used to having the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one undone if that is the purpose of using them. Using the attributes of the ego to have the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one undone takes time. But in the process, you can enjoy the attributes of the ego as well, whereas there is nothing to enjoy in the fastest way possible, namely the enlightenment of that which is one, as it takes more than one to enjoy anything. Besides, it takes no time, as there is no time in that which is one. See hack #5-7.1 From the inner senses through a black hole into that which is one.

All that being said about ways, the formlessness of that which is one is everything, because what is formless is endless. Hence a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion, including any way out of it. So to fully undo the belief in such a world, the way you appear to go must be undone as well.

A person cannot bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one. But a person can momentarily forget what and where it appears to be so that there is not something definable to hide the formlessness of that which is one. If a person just partly forgets what and where it appears to be, the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be bid welcome. Yet such a person may have glimpses of it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

EPILOGUE:
Who is looking for food but those with an empty stomach. And who is looking for enlightenment, but those who feel empty. Unfortunately most try to fill this the emptiness with something of a pleasurable nature like for example bliss. But nothing can fill this emptiness, because it is a fantasy based on the belief, that you are someone specific in a world defined by time and space, and that which is you is formlessness of oneness, so that is not possible.

That is why you are bound to feel empty if believed to be someone specific. The solution to feeling empty is therefore not to fill up the emptiness but to undo belief in being someone definitive.

An enlightened (in the sense of the enlightenment of that which is one) never ask ´who am I?´, because there is no doubt there is no more than that which is one and therefore not a world where there seems to be more than one – regardless it appears to be astral and whatnot. Consequently the enlightened has no need for communities, discussions, so-called interesting exchanges or dialogues, sending love or anything else to make it appear as if there is someone specific there. The enlightened does not believe but pretend to be someone.

Anger is just a lid over joy, so if you do not try to get rid of it, but feel it as it is, the result is joy. Even better, if you completely include anger, its contrast joy is automatically included as well. Inclusion though will neither result in anger or joy but cancel them out so that you do not appear to be someone definitive, which is the opening the enlightenment of that which is one is waiting for.

To completely include something is not to feel it, neither to embrace it, but to not understand it and just be it.

When something is included, you do not know what has been included. Not because it was transformed into something better or higher, but because it is not possible to exclude something, so what you include is nothing. In other words, inclusion undoes the belief in being someone definitive.

To appear as someone special, you must exclude what you judge not to be special. If this appearance feels claustrophobic, all you need to undo it is to not exclude but include. The more you include, the less there is to define you as someone special. Consequently, there is nothing to lose, and therefore no reason to fear the enlightenment of that which is one.

Praying, meditating, fasting, wearing special clothes or being with special people in special places does not help you in regards to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, as doing something implies that you are someone definitive. There is nothing to do and no help to get than forget what and where you are.

A world where there seems to be more than one is make-believe, contrary to that which is one, as it takes more than one to believe something.

A certain bodily posture, state of mind, kundalini awakening and whatnot is not needed in order to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one because it does not enter neither the mind or the body (including aura and chakras). On the contrary, it undoes the belief in anything that can be experienced – including primordial energy, consciousness, astral worlds and whatnot –so that only what cannot be experienced is left, namely the formlessness of that which is one.

A world where there seems to be more than one only appears to be there, when believing to be someone definitive, because otherwise there does not appear to be someone thinking, and without thoughts there is nothing to see, as any kind of experience is a construction of thoughts – also love, stillness, consciousness and whatnot. A world where there seems to be more than one is a simulated reality layered on top of the formlessness of that which is one, made by imagining it is possible to be and have more than that. See this article.

It is of course not possible to be and have more than the formlessness of that which is one because what is formless is endless and therefore everything. In other words, there is no more than that which is one, so if you believe to be someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, you are either non-existing or hallucinating.

Fortunately, there are ways to undo this belief:

  • The more you pretend to be a someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, the less the imagination of you as someone definitive in such a world appears to be real. Seen hack #1.4 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation.
  • The more you see everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one, the less the imagination of you as someone definitive in such appears to real. See the hack Seeing symbols of non-duality in a world of duality.
  • The more differences do not make a difference, the less the imagination of you as someone definitive in such appears to be real. In reality, there is no more than that which is one and as it requires more than one for something to have contrast, there is nothing right or wrong, bad or good, true or false, inside or outside – neither is there anything outside of that which is one. But it is possible to think so. Yet thinking does not make it real, and so a world where there seems to be more than one does not contain neither truth, self, oneness or anything else than emptiness.

Maybe that is why the findings of science are that the universe is 99.9999999 per cent empty space. And the rest, despite it also is empty space and just like a dream does not contain anything substantial, is what we perceive as elements of matter making up a world defined by time and space..

If you do not focus on being someone specific, there is nobody to see a definable world and so there is nothing to hide the enlightenment of that which is one.

To bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, all you need to do is to stop focusing on experiencing something tangible, because if you believe to see something definable, it is as if it is hiding the formless enlightenment of that which is one.

That which is one is neither light or darkness or anything in between. Light is just what is used to extract all the thoughts, that are used to make up the experience of being someone tangible, so there is not something to be sucked into a black hole and spit out on the other side into that which is one. Neither is there another side, as there is no more than that which is one.

After a long intense night of driving taxi many years ago, I forgot what and where I was, and so there was nothing to hide the enlightenment of that which is one.

In the enlightenment of that which is one there is nothing but bright white light, and everything ´happens´ so fast, that there is no time to think and hold onto concepts of eternity, love, stillness and whatnot.

When I later read The New Testament and Bhagavad Gita there were passages, that triggered memories of the enlightenment of that which is one. The memories are vague though because Alexius did not experience it. The enlightenment of that which is one is formless so nothing definable can enter it. The enlightenment of
that which is one is enlightenment in a very literal sense, like when Jesus said: When your eyes become single your whole body will be full of light – or like St. Paul, when he was blinded by light – or like Arjuna according to Bhagavad Gita said after having been initiated by Krishna: »It is brighter than thousands of suns. I have become the destroyer of worlds …«

A dream can be compared to a simulated world meanwhile layered on top that which is real. As long as you believe the simulated world to be real, it will seem to cover that which is real, as if it does not exist.

The world is not there anymore. Not because it has been destroyed, but just because it was never there – except as an imagination, which is not possible to have in that which is one, as that requires more than one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

I would not put it like that myself, because there is nobody in the enlightenment of that which is one, so there is not a body to be full of light, neither a world to destroy. The world is just not there, and there is no memory of it ever having been there. It is like a dream that is no more when you wake up in the morning.

The translations of both The New Testament and Bhagavad Gita differs from translator to translator, and as the above quotes are from memory, they may not be the exact words in your addition. But it does not really matter, because regardless of how you speak about it, the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be described. In other words, what is said about it in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings should not be taken as the real thing, but pointers towards it.

Imagine you want to describe an orange to somebody, who has never seen or tasted an orange. Maybe you say it has the colour of an orange sunset, is round like a ball and taste as sweetened water. Yet the person, that you have given this description, will never find out what an orange is by drinking sweet water from a rounded cup at sunset.

You have to see and taste it yourself to know what it is – and in terms of the enlightenment of that which is one, you will never know, because a person cannot be enlightened. You as a person is gone in the enlightenment of that which is one. There is nobody there to experience it – that is why it cannot be known.

No god to see in the world and nothing to find
Some think the enlightenment of that which is one is to see god in everyone. This is delusional, there is no god in the world. In the context of god and the world, just think of electricity lightening up a room via a bulb. You see the room due to the power of electricity. Yet you cannot see electricity itself, because it is not in the room illuminated by the bulb. But there is no god either in the enlightenment of that which is one, except if you use the word in its original meaning, namely one perpetual present.

If you return to the world after the enlightenment of that which is one, there is no more need to search for the meaning of life, because you know there is no more than that which is one and so there is no life a world, where it seems to be more than one. Besides to search for something requires more than one, so whatever you think you find is not real.

One who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one has no need to be forgiven or loved, because there is no ´I´ deciding what to do and therefore nobody to forgive or love. But when there is no ´I´ to protect and preserve, there is freedom to pretend being any kind of personality with all the ups and downs a specific personality seems to have.

To make long short: There is no need to keep together an appearance of someone with coherent opinions and behaviour. You are free to use the ´I´ as the personality, you fancy. It is simply a tool you use like your leg, hand eyes and so on.

Some personalities I have pretended to be for a while: Child, Teenager, Taxi driver, Monk, Husband, Daddy, Adult, Business Man, Millionaire, DJ, Designer, Teacher, Photographer and recently: Non-teacher.

Enlightenment is not of a world where there seems to be more than one
Regarding the enlightenment of that which is one, it is best to forget everything you have ever heard or read about it – including what is said in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. Any idea of any form, that you might think it has, is wrong. It has no form, it is formless. Yet, if you look for something formless, you still look for something. But if you do not believe to be someone definitive – or do not care about it – there is not something definable to hide it.

Please note that I am in no way postulating the above statements are the perfect way to put it – there is no such thing as perfection in a world where there seems to be more than one – so if you look for inconsistencies, misspelling or whatever, you may find it, but if you look for pointers to the enlightenment of that which is one, you may also find that.

Why are the oranges fall down from the trees outside the house of Alexius every November? The answer is simple, it is the season for that. Likewise, it seems to be the season for Alexius to write an article about bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one and the fear it may involve.

The enlightenment of that which is one does not result in some kind of spiritual understanding or connection with a higher being. In fact the enlightenment of that which is one results in nothing, as it takes more than one to be or have something.

As it also takes more than one to return to that which is one, there is no help to get from it. Besides, it does not know, that you believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. It is not possible, because that which is one is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than that which is one. But it is possible to imagine being someone specific in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Most books or lectures about the enlightenment of that which is one are based on speculations of how to exclude what is judged as bad in order become full of light and joy. But to exclude is to separate and therefore an enhancement of the belief in being someone definitive – and nothing definable can enter the enlightenment of that which is one.

The enlightenment of that which is one can be compared to taking a ride in a fairground carousel so fast, that the mind has to give up seeing any differences at all. The enlightenment of that which is one undoes this imagination. Yet it is not an experience, neither a state of mind or some kind of being or consciousness, as it takes more than one to experience or be something. Well, there is no mind at all in the enlightenment of that which is one. There is just one bright light. Not a light though that lightens up anything, as that would require more than one. For the same reason, there is no memory at all of a world where there seems to be more than one.

In other words, the imagination of being someone definitive is wiped out by the enlightenment of that which is one, so there is nobody left to experience bliss or anything else. Therefore, what he is about to tell is not based on his experience of the enlightenment of that which is one, but vague memories of it.

His memories may seem to imply, the enlightenment of that which is one is a sequence of events happening in linear time, but that is only because one perpetual present cannot be described in a world of linear time. And even though it is described as it ´happened´ many years ago, in non-linear time, it is still ´happening´. In other words, his description may be a mix of several ´excursions´ from linear time into one perpetual present.

An early morning, when he was 22 years old, he bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one after having intensely worked as a taxi driver for about 15 hours. Somehow the sum of the images from driving around the streets continually looking for customers turned the world into something less definable and more blurry. As he had no energy left to establish a focus of the world he was sucked into by a spiralling show of psychedelic light, that did not seem to come from anywhere.

The enlightenment of that which is one is to be compared to the fusion of all lights, or sounds, or emotions, or tastes – depending on our preference as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

None of these fusions are the formlessness of that which is one. They are merely tools for attracting you to the extent, that you do not fight it, when all the thoughts collected to fabricate your personality are extracted by it, so that there is not something definable to be sucked through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one.

This article is about the first time the belief in being someone definitive momentarily was undone for Alexius, so the enlightenment of that which is one was bid welcome. It is the most known aspect* of it, namely light, that was bid welcome. Later its other aspects* – sound, emotion and taste –was also bid welcome. Not as a mix though  but one by one. It is not possible to mix something in the enlightenment of that which is one, as that requires more than one.

I assume it is not necessary to bid welcome all the aspects* of the enlightenment of that which is one, but that one of them is sufficient in regards to completely forget the imagination of a world where there seems tl be more than one.

Suddenly a black spot with no fixed location, nor a fixed form, looking like a horse head or an embryo showed up. And then a completely colourless light – brighter than the coloured light outside the black spot – started to show as a ring outside the edges of the black spot, that must have been a hole, as colourless light exploded out of it.

This light took over everything, as it was everywhere and yet nowhere. And just like that extracted the concept of Alexius and a world where there seems to be more than one and left it at the edge of the black hole so the nothingness of him gracefully was falling through it into the formlessness of that which is one. If it was falling or floating he cannot recall because everything happened simultaneously, but there is a sense of forever falling while at the time floating in a space that was not there – and then in the exact same moment as forever falling there was nothing.

That is all folks. There is no more to tell. At this point, the enlightenment of that which is one is over, and there is nothing but the formlessness of that which is one, as it is called in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. It is not a big void of nothing filled with exotic ideas of unconditional love and whatnot. On the contrary. It is not filled with anything since that requires more than one

There is nothing to disturb you in that which is one, because there is no more than one. It is so simple compared to the peace fabricated in a world where there seems to be more than one, as that is always based on having to exclude something disturbing.

Thus it is neither peaceful or anything else. Metaphorically speaking the speed of it is so fast that it is not possible to differentiate anything. The conception of separation is not possible, so there is not something to see, nor anyone to see this. That is why stillness is not needed. Fortunately, because it is incredibly noisy – and then again all the noise is so loud, that it merges into one sound, all lights into one light, all emotions into one feeling and all tastes into one taste, that last no time.

This is not to be understood as the enlightenment of that which is a mix of light, sound, emotion and taste. These are four aspects* of it, but you only bid one of them welcome at a time. It does not matter which one of them. They all have the same purpose. Namely to attract you to such an extent, that you cannot help but let them extract all thoughts making it appear as if you are someone definitive and leave them at the edge of a black hole so that there is nothing definable to be sucked through it into the formlessness of that which is one.

It is, of course, a metaphor to say, oneness is on the other side of a black hole, as it is formless and therefore without end, inside or outside – also without size.

Dunno if there is a spiral around the black hole of the enlightenment of that which is one, because being that close nothing seems to differ from each other. Yet for a moment so short, that it is not conceivable, a light inside the edge of the black hole so much brighter that the very bright light around it, suddenly explodes into a formless light that does not include Alexius but the formlessness of that which I am. I seem to remember a spiral around a black hole in the enlightenment of that which is one. I do not remember it exactly as in this image – either because everything was moving so fast or I was so close that nothing seemed to differ from each other. Yet for a moment so short, that it is not conceivable, a light inside the edge of the black hole – so much brighter than the very bright light around it – suddenly like thousands of atomic bombs exploded into a formless light that erased anything definable, so what ´happened´ after being sucked by this light through a black hole I cannot tell, neither can I find any image on the web that can illustrate the vague memories of the nothingness of everything. The enlightenment of that which is one is unexplainable
When the belief in being Alexius momentarily was undone and the enlightenment of that which is one was bid welcome, he had never seen a black hole before (and fortunately he did not see it in the enlightenment of that which is one, as otherwise, he would have bounced back to a world defined by time and space), so describing the entrance to that which is one as a black hole is done in retrospect. And calling it an entrance is a metaphor because there is neither an entrance or an exit to that which is endless.

In fact, it was not before much later, when he saw pictures of black holes from far out in the universe, that he sensed how familiar they were – much more than appearing to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Describing the enlightenment of that which is one in a world, where there seems to be more than one, is not possible, because even though so much is happening nothing is happening since it is one perpetual present.

To bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, you, of course, do not have to drive a taxi all night or be in ´a deep sleep´ like Buddha supposedly described it. Whatever way you lose focus or stop defining and labelling will do in regards to bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one. Meditation though may work against this because many use it to concentrate and focus in an attempt to achieve something specific – and anything definable fence of the enlightenment of that which is one.

The return from that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one
How come Alexius returned to a world where there seems to be more than one after the enlightenment of that which is one? According to legend Buddha returned out of compassion for others. If this is the case for Alexius, he is not aware of it. But why should he return out of compassion for others, when there is no more than that which is one.

Jesus, who also seemed to return, said that going to heaven – assuming that by going there meant to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one – is more difficult than for a camel to go through an eye of a needle. And in ancient scriptures of India, it is often said, that you have to come empty-handed.

It seems, that a person momentarily can forget to uphold the believe in being someone definitive, so that there is not something definable to go through the eye of a needle into the enlightenment of that which is one – but it also seems, this eye of a needle is just big enough for a slight leftover of the belief in being someone definitive to pass through, and that this little piece will fear being completely annihilated by the formlessness of that which is one.

To defend itself against this, it hangs onto anything that it can define as something, and by doing so you are back as someone definitive in a world limited by time and space, where things happen at such a slow speed, that there is plenty of time to realise, there is nothing to fear, if you do not believe to be someone definitive, as then there is nothing to annihilate.

We cannot know how come Buddha and Jesus returned to a world where there seems to be more than one in order to appear as if they were somebody specific there, but from also having returned Alexius knows there is nobody to help in such a world and nothing to heal but the sick belief, that something appearing to be definable can block out the formlessness of oneness.

Maybe he wanted to be reestablished as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, so he could escape what he perceived to be a relentless power taking away his free will and totally wipe out what he believed to be, which is also true as seen from the point of believing to be someone definitive. But if you do not uphold this belief there is no free will to take away or anybody conceivable to wipe out – and therefore nothing to fear.

Seen from the perspective of that which is one, which is only possible metaphorically speaking as it takes more than one to see something, nothing is taken away or wiped out, because there is no more than that which is one.

Without the belief in being someone, there is no annihilation to fear
Fear of annihilation, as talked about in the above, is often related to an authority problem. In the case of Alexius, he perceived his father and later other authority figures as somebody determined to take away his free will and incorporate him like a satellite in their world.

If such a perception is correct or not is not the matter. Freedom is only a problem if you have chosen to believe, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Without this belief, there is no more than that which is one, and therefore nothing to take away anything.

It is not possible though to completely stop believing that you are someone definitive while appearing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one because otherwise, it would not appear to be there. It is also not possible to solve all unsolved issues with others, as being someone specific is based upon having those problems.

But it is possible to realise, that problems are simply something you pretend to have in order to appear as someone definitive, so when the enlightenment of that which is one exposes them, there is no reason to take the fear of being annihilated by an omnipresent power serious, because the problems are not yours but something you pretend to have.

Another straightforward way to undo the belief in being someone specific is to see everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one. When you as a person in the world is nothing but a symbol, it is not fearful when this symbol is erased by the enlightenment of that which is one, so only that which it symbolises is left. To see that being someone definitive is nothing but make-believe, you must first acknowledge, that you think, you know what and where you are – and that you therefore are mistaken.

The fastest way to undo the belief in being someone at all is to realise that you do not know what and where you are. When there is not someone to be conscious about someone definitive, there is nothing to lose or let go off.

The above ways of undoing the belief in being someone definitive does not require enlightenment. It definitely helps, but the despair of appearing to be someone in a capsule of time and space is just as good a prerequisite.

A season for everything
That there is a way to undo the belief in being someone definitive, may be an obstacle in itself, because ultimately speaking there is nothing to undo and nobody to return to the formlessness of oneness, as there is no more than that which is one. So maybe Alexius just appeared to return from the enlightenment of that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one because it was the season for such an imagination. And maybe one day it is the season imagination is over so that there is no imagination to hide the unimaginable, namely that which is one. Do not know, and it does not really matter, because there is no more than that which is one, regardless of seasons or whatever else imagined that requires more than one.

When contrasts meet they cancel each other out, so if you for example do not exclude negativity in order to experience positivity, you would not be able to judge something as positive. In other words, when all contrasts are included, you would not even be able to experience yourself as someone definitive. You would be that which you always have been and always will be, namely the formlessness of that which is one, which cannot be experienced as there are no contrasts in that which is formless.

When the opposing sides of a contrast meet, they cancel out each other, so if you, for example, do not exclude negativity in order to experience positivity, you will not be able to judge something as positive or negative. In other words, when all contrasts are included, you are not able to perceive yourself as someone definitive,. Hence there is nothing to hide what always has been and always will be, namely the formlessness of that which is one. It cannot be experienced though, as that requires more than one. In the milliseconds after the big bang two different worlds were about to evolve, one of matter (the one we believe to see) and one of antimatter. Matter and antimatter, however, cannot coexist. When they meet an incredible amount of energy is released, and they both disappear in one big flash

Antimatter, therefore, had to be excluded in order for matter to be experienced as a tangible universe defined by time and space. This does not mean though that antimatter disappeared. As the world is in the eye of the beholder, antimatter only needed to be excluded from there. That is why science cannot find it, although it according to their observations of the universe must be there.

Death defines the condition of life in a world of duality.

As a world of duality only can be seen through contrasts and as the beholder have to exclude one side of it in order to experience the other – the experience of beauty, for example, requires its contrast ugliness to be excluded – what happened in the milliseconds after the big bang is repeated again and again.

So if the beholder does not exclude one of the two parts of a contrast but include them both – for example positivity and negativity – they will just like the contrast of matter and antimatter cancel each other out.

The meeting of contrasts has been avoided since the beginning of duality in order to make it appear as if it duality and not non-duality is real, so if you do not want the belief in this illusion to hide that which is real, you simply include both sides of a contrast in order for them to meet and in one big flash undo the appearance of separation.

In other words, when all contrasts are included, the beholder, including the world of duality that it beholds, is cancelled out in one big flash. This is what is called the enlightenment of that which is one* in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings.

More, faster and cheaper is the common mantra. And to make it work the formlessness of non-duality is replaced with a world of duality, that is imagined in contrasts of more and less, fast and slow, cheap and expensive and so on.

Most, however, do not want to be cancelled out. On the contrary, they always are looking for the next big thing, that can to make them more happy and perfect as someone special and unique. Yet happiness cannot be felt without its contrast sadness and there is no perfection without imperfection. It is just not possible to know that you are experiencing a specific feeling or state of mind without knowing its contrast, which is only possible when you believe to be someone in a world of duality.

All experiences are deceptive – also the experience of dimension. Reality is more flat than this image, because it is the formlessness of that which is one and formlessness is sizeless. Besides it takes more than one to experience something and as formlessness is endless, there is no more than that which is one. But as non-duality is no different from that which is one and as duality requires more than one, it is an illusion. Should you choose to have this exposed and thus the belief in duality is undone, cancelling out contrasts by being inclusive is a way to go, but there are also other ways.
