Inclusiveness turns death into a portal to that which is one

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

This graphical illustration of a so-called out-of-body-experience is not entirely correct, because you as the observer of it do not see yourself out-of-body. You seem to experience the event from another angle than usual, and so you conclude you are outside of the body. Yet you have never been in the body, neither outside of it. It is nothing but make-believe. In the moment of death*, however, the brain does not have enough oxygen to uphold the images sustaining this belief. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 1:
In the moments of death, the brain does not have enough oxygen to fabricate an image of a tangible world appearing to be outside of you, neither inside.

When you experience a world, where there seems to be more than one, thoughts and feelings are judged as caused by it, but at the moment of death* the brain is not able to fabricate an image of a world outside of you, and so thoughts and feelings are just there without any cause and effect.

Instead first all your excluded thoughts and then feelings, that you no longer can connect to a tangible world outside of you, chaotically are rushing by, until there is no more. Hence there is not something to hide, there is nothing but that which is one.

That is, if you did not stop in the tracks of thoughts or feelings rushing by in an attempt to place them outside of you or into something better, because if you do, you are stuck in the thoughts and feelings, since there is nothing outside of you, because there is no more than that which is one, and it takes more than one to have an outside.

For the same reason, this cannot be escaped by arranging for something better to be achieved in the future, because there is nothing but one perpetual present. And there is not a body where you can hide what you do not like.** Neither can you exclude thoughts and feelings by projecting them onto a tangible world, as there are no memories of anything tangible since it was an illusion fabricated by the brain, and it is not working.

Out-of-body is just as hallucinatory as in the body. That which is you is neither in or outside of anything. It is the formlessness of everything.

To make long short, by not being exclusive but inclusive your appearance in a world where there seems to be more than one is a simple ride, and the moment of death* is a portal to that which is one. No fear is holding you back when everything is included, and so there is nothing to hide that which is you is no different from that which is one.

When the TV screen is blank, there is no world to see there. What you see is what you believe to be, which is also what you see, when there appears to be a world on the TV screen, as the world is in the eye of the beholder. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 2:
A near-death experience can be compared to watching a movie on the TV screen. Suddenly it turns blank, and only the sound is left. The world that the TV broadcast is gone and there is nothing but the sound of your thoughts.

When death is about to set in, the brain starts running out of oxygen, so it does have not enough to fabricate the usual images of a world defined by time and space. Instead, it fabricates tunnels of light or other images, that it is conditioned to broadcast as a near-death experience in order to calm you down, so you do not panic when you are unable to experience a world defined by time and space, and start to sense that what you believe to be there is dying.

But if you do not believe to be someone at all, there is nobody experiencing tunnels of light or whatnot. Neither is there anybody who needs to see calming images, as there is nobody in a panic because nobody is dying.

At the moment of death, you are sucked into a black hole. That is if you do not try to define it because then you uphold the belief in being someone definitive. When the light at the edges of the black hole explodes into a light so bright that there is not something specific to experience, you feel like exploding too, and if not avoiding it the nothingness of you gently falls into the formlessness of that which is one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 3:
When the body is dying, the brain cannot produce a world that confirms the belief that there is more than that which is one. Hence there is nothing to hide, there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one. That is if you do not hang onto fragments of thoughts about such a world. If so it feels very claustrophobic that it cannot be shared with somebody else, as the formlessness of oneness has no room for more than one.

If you believe, that you can be at one a soulmate, the universe, god and whatnot, the formlessness of oneness will seem claustrophobic to you, as it takes more than one to be at one with anything, and it has no room for no more than one.

So to the degree that you believe there is more than that which is one, it will seem very scary and claustrophobic, when the tangibility of a world where there seems to be more than one cannot be felt.

Yet there is no such need if the belief that there is more than that which is one is undone, which it is when everything in a world where there seems to be more than one is included, as that cancels out the apparent difference between all your experience, so that there is no experience, and therefore nothing to hide that which cannot be experienced, namely the formlessness of that which is one.

As it takes more than one to have a problem there is not a single one in that which is one – neither anything to fear.

In other words, the inclusion of everything experienced does not result in you embodying everything and therefore being at one with the universe. On the contrary, your apparent existence as someone definitive is over, because when nothing is excluded, there is not something to define you.

For the same reason, there are no memories left of a world where there seems to be more than one, nor a sigh of relief from having escaped it. In other words, there is no more than that which always was and will be, namely the formlessness of oneness.

NOTE: This article is part of hack #3.2: Inclusiveness is pure bliss.

NOTES To be inclusive is to be ´alone together´

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

If you do not try to find a scapegoat in the world, where you can unload your own negativity, but instead include it as yours, you set the world free and yourself as well, because just like electricity needs the negative pole as much as the positive one, so do you, if you do not want the exclusion of negativity to establish you as a victim of the world and hence a prisoner of it. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Inclusion sets you free, but those appearing to be outside of you are set free because they are not used as scapegoats to store excluded thoughts and feelings.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

It is not only by projecting upsetting feelings onto others that you imprison them. Projecting feelings of love onto others imprison both them and you as well.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

To fall in love is exactly that: A fall. No worries. You are on your feet again, when whatever you experience to fall in love with is included, as then there is no separation and therefore nobody to love. There is just love.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The inclusion of upsetting feelings does not result in you feeling less constrained, but feeling so will not bother you.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Inclusion cancels out the effect of exclusion, which is separation, and without that, the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one cannot survive. In other words, you know that there is nothing to fear because, just like in a dream, you are not there. It is just make-believe. Knowing this, there is no world to escape.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

What you pretend to be, you are not, so if you pretend to be someone in a world based on exclusion, you are not excluded from that which is you, namely that which is pretending to be there.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The end of a person is not the beginning of something new. Nothing is finished except for the belief that you are someone definitive in a world defined by time and space. When this belief is no more, nothing appears to hide that which always was and always is, namely one perpetual present.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

No matter how beautiful something is defined, it will confirm separation and therefore seems to cause suffering. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Those defining themselves as a vegetarian believe it is better for them and/or the world to not eat meat. In other words, to be someone definitive is not a fact but a belief based on what is excluded.

It is not possible to hack this belief by meditation or other techniques supposed to stop or transform something, as such ideas are founded on exclusion, which is what defines you as someone definitive and therefore separated from everything else.

But by being inclusive, there is nothing to define you as someone. You are nobody, and so there are no definitions to hide that which is you, namely the formlessness of one perpetual present.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Be happy each time you notice the same thoughts occurring again and again. It is most likely excluded thoughts that are begging to be included.

To include them is to be them, and to be them is to be confused and not knowing what is going on. In other words, not being able to define anything everything is included and thus not separated from the formlessness of oneness.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Every time you believe somebody to be different from you, you exclude them in order for you not to be what you perceive them to be. This belief causes suffering. Yet by not being exclusive but inclusive, the belief is easily undone.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

In order to have compassion for somebody, they must be judged to be different from you. Thus compassion is an act of exclusion and therefore to inflict suffering.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When everything in a world where there seems to be more than one is included, there is not something that needs to be finished, because one perpetual present is not hidden by the idea of linear time.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The animation is grabbed from the web.

The animation is grabbed from the web.

Thoughts cannot be stopped, but they can be included. When not excluded, they lose the meaning you have projected on them. Hence you are in a state of not-knowing, and so there is nobody to suffer.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

It is not easy being inclusive if you believe what you include is real. But when you know appearing to be a person in a world where there seems to be more than one is not real but make-believe, it is so easy to include the good experiences as well as the bad ones – just like the apparent difference between the happiness of winning and the sadness of loosing in a game makes no difference when not pretending to be in its world.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When you do not perceive differences to make a difference, you can have fun pretending that they do.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

It may seem scary to include, that a world where there seems to be more than one is not a fact but a fiction, that can be compared to the world of a movie. Nothing in it is real, since reality is the formlessness of oneness, and formlessness is endless, so there is no more than that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

One way to include what is excluded is to change the word ´you´ with ´I´, so when saying ´you are this and that´ it is replaced with ´I am this and that´. In Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, the apparent difference between non-student and non-teacher makes no difference because there is no mo than that which is one. In other words, Alexius is not just the non-teacher but also the non-student or vice versa. This includes all those appearing neither to be non-teacher or non-student.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Sometimes the fastest way to include feelings is to breathe through them. But as this may seem to cause pain, it may not be the easiest way. That is until the pain is included as well.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When there is no more to include, there does not appear to be more than that which always was and is, namely that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Everything can be included in one fell swoop by remembering to forget what and where you believe to be.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

No matter how many copies you make of a digital movie, photo or music album and how the copies are used, nothing is missing from the original. It is unchanged. The same applies to that which is one, no matter how much more you appear to be and have in a world, where there seems to be more than one, oneness remains unchanged. It is formless, so there is not something to change – neither is there something that can disappear. Yet it is possible to believe that copied, remixed and extended versions of oneness can hide that there is no more than that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The more you get, the more the brain rewards your greed by releasing more dopamine and endorphins, so you feel more high on yourself. It never last, however, so you must always look for more – or use the illusion that it is possible to have more and more exposed as empty space, that appears to hide there is no more than that which is one because you believe, there is something where there is nothing.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

To be and have more only seems necessary, because you experience to be someone in a world outside the formlessness of oneness. But as formlessness is endless, there is nothing outside of it, so the experience of being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is make-believe.

When you sense this, you do not believe a world where there seems to be more than one ever had anything to offer – just like you once stopped believing Santa Claus ever brought you any gifts.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

That which is one has a built-in safeguard mode, that starts simulating a world where there seems to be more than one, if you believe to be separated from the oneness of that which is you, so you do not have to feel lonesome while having this belief.

The simulation turns off the moment, you stop believing it is possible to exclude or be excluded from that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

To exclude a feeling is to not be it and to include it is to be it – and being it, you are not scared of it anymore.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

To include a feeling is not to understand it but to be it, which is done by fully expressing it to those, you are assuming to have caused it. Not physically speaking though because it is your mind that you are accusing somebody else of having caused your feeling, so you express it there.

Do not be ashamed if you burst out in anger. Exposing feelings without shame is to include them. Should you feel ashamed, do not try to stop it, but include it … and if you cannot help trying to stop it, you include you hold back.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The first step of solving a problem is to locate it, and in the case of believing you are someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, the problem is not in such a world or what you appear to be there – neither inside it.

If it feels humiliating going to prison in a game like Monopoly, the problem is not in the world of the game but in the mind of the player, where it is easy to correct, since there is no jail. The problem is make-believe, and that applies to any problem in a world where there seems to be more than one as well. That is why it must be solved where make-believe is fabricated.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Not knowing what and where you are is the fastest shortcut to turn off the simulation of a world where there seems to be more than one.

Another shortcut is to defocus*, as without focus the apparent differences of such a world cannot be experienced and thus neither separation.

How to find peace

Experiences are deceptive. The two orange dots in this image are for example most likely experienced not to have the same size although there actually is no difference. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Experiences are deceptive. The two orange dots in this image are for example most likely experienced to have different sizes. Yet there is no difference in size if you actually measure them. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

»When the outer has become as the inner, and the lower as the upper, then will this world find peace.« Jesus according to the Gospel of Thomas.

When the apparent difference between outer and inner, lower and upper make no difference dimensions cease to appear. For something to be defined by time and space it needs to be different from something else, so if there is no difference experienced, there is no separation to hide there is no more than the formlessness of oneness since formlessness is endless.

In other words, what is dimensional does not exist. It only seems so as long as you insist on perceiving differences as if they make a difference. This illusion is the starting point of believing to be in a world defined by time and space. It is fabricated by imagining it is possible to observe the formlessness of oneness from different angles, which makes it appear as if there are different dimensional scenarios occurring in linear time.

To make long short: By observing you repress, that reality is the formlessness of oneness and not a world defined by time and space.

But you cannot choose to be anything else than the formlessness of oneness, as formlessness is endless, so there is no more than that which is one. You can, however, imagine being someone in a world defined by time and space, where everything appears to be in different sizes that you can choose from.

It can be fun pretending to be where you are not, but believing to be where you are not it feels like imprisonment you want to escape. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Unfortunately, all experiences are deceptive. Think for example about the Earth, that is experienced to be flat even though it is round. Nothing in the world is what it seems to be. Actually, it is nothing but empty space. That is why happiness cannot be found ´there´ no matter how big your home is, your breast or penis is, or how small your ego appears to be.

But if you do not believe to be someone definitive in a world defined by time and space, you can have fun pretending to be ´there´. Just like – within the context of such a world – it can be fun pretending to be someone in the virtual world of a video game.

Yet believing to be in a world defined by time and space, you will be frustrated by what it delivers, because nothing lasts no matter its size or apparent greatness, regardless it seems to be spiritual or mundane. So there will always be fear of loss, and as you still have vague memories of the formlessness of peace, it is a reminder that you have lost it. But this you cannot see until the feeling of loss is exposed instead of fenced off by the anger used to accuse something in a world defined by time and space for having caused it so that the formlessness of peace remains hidden,

In other words, although peace is always present, since it is formless and therefore endless, it appears to be hidden when you hide your apparent loss of it behind anger, whereas the exposure of the essential sadness entailed by the loss of peace makes it possible to feel why you are sad, namely because you believe to be someone definitive. Hence you are not far from wanting to have this belief undone so that it does not hide there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one … and that is peace.

If the unpleasant feeling of anger, just like any other feeling is perceived as a symbol of that which makes it possible to experience a world where there seems to be more than one, instead of being a denial of that which is one it becomes a positive confirmation of it. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

One very easy way to take the edge off anger is to perceive it for what it is, namely a symbol of reality because it would not be possible to experience an illusion without that which is real. In other words, everything in a world defined by time and space is a symbol of the formlessness of that which is one – including anger, love, god, angels, soul and whatnot – and perceived like that the sting is taken out of anger.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

If you are looking for new experiences, no matter how high or pure they may seem to be, you have turned yourself into a victim of the future.

What you want is what you do not have, so if you presume that peace is what you want, the first step is to realise that you are fooling yourself. You cannot want peace, because contrary to the excitement it is that which is you.

But you can want not to hide peace with dreams of excitement.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The foundation of a world where there seems to be more than one is separation. First, that which is one seems to become two and then more and more – and this is what such a world is about. Yet to be or have more does not lead to more peace, but more separation and therefore a feeling of more loss, which enhances the hope for more.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

There is nothing exciting about peace. Nevertheless, it is that which is life – not the kind of life though that appears to have an end. It has no beginning or end and thus no size. And as excitement always is evoked by something definable, that is expected to give you lasting happiness when it is achieved in the future, there is no excitement in peace.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

As peace is that which is one, and as that which is you is no different from that which is one, it is found when nobody is looking for it.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

What is said in this article about excitement also applies to hope. Peace leaves you nothing to hope for.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When not rushing around to get excited about this and that, boredom will reveal the peace of that which is.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

If you are not looking for excitement you do not need to look for ways to relax.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Excitement is based on the idea, that there must be more than that which is one. But no matter how excited or high you get, it is not enough. Any excitement or state of mind will enhance your motive of looking for excitement, namely to be or have more, so any achievement motivates you to look for more.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

To be connected is an imagination based on the belief in separation, as you are imagining a connection to something separated from you.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Most persons, who consider themselves spiritual, agree that the world is in the eye of the beholder. If so, it seems those persons are fucked up, because they always complain about the world, and say it is missing something or something should be changed, so that there can be peace.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Peace needs nothing because it is formless and therefore endless, so it is everything. And so is that which is you, since there is no more than peace.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Peace has no privacy because it is without knowledge, consciousness and everything else that requires more than one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The animation is grabbed from the web.

When you believe to be someone definitive, you expect to be in a constant state of excitement. To feel excited, however, you must also be willing to feel bored, because if excitement is not contrasted you will not know when you feel it.

But as you always are on a quest for more excitement in order to hide, that believing to be someone definitive is very boring, you do not have time to be bored. Hence no matter how much you look for something to give you a kick, you find nothing.

And yet you do. That is if you recognise you find nothing, as this cannot be sensed without sensing the contrast of it, namely everything.

And having everything, there is no more to look for. Neither is there someone definitive to do so, since everything is that which is one, as it is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than the formlessness of oneness. And that is nothing but peace.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The excitement of for example a sunset will not enhance the belief in being someone definitive but undo it, if excitement is perceived to symbolise the formlessness of that which is you. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Hack #2.4 Peace of non-duality versus the excitement of duality is not meant to stop you from being excited, not even from desiring it. Nothing in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings is about stopping or avoiding anything in order to get better, because nothing in it is about getting better, but about undoing the belief that you are someone definitive.

This happens if you look at the excitement and everything else as symbols of that which makes it possible to experience something like that, namely that which is one because when everything is a symbol of the same, their apparent difference makes no difference.

Hence the basis for the belief in separation is gone and without it, you cannot be someone definitive. So by applying this hack, you can feel excited without enhancing the belief in being someone definitive, and hence the suffering it entails.

In other words, you can have fun appearing as someone definitive, while at the same time undoing the belief, that you are someone at all so that it becomes exciting undoing the belief that there is anything to be excited about.

NOTES:

  • Peace cannot be found and neither is it necessary, since that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one, and as formlessness is endless there is no more than oneness, and therefore nothing to disturb its eternal peace. In other words, only someone who wants to hide the formlessness of oneness has an answer to this question or other questions like ´who am I´.
  • This article is part of hack #2.4 Peace of non-duality versus the excitement of duality.

Oneness has no choices, as that requires more than one – and that is why, it is nothing but peace

The appearances in a virtual world like a video game seem more exciting than the appearances in the world – and the world of duality seems more exciting than non-duality.

To appear as a hero in a virtual world like a video game seems often more exciting than what one appears to be in the physical world – just like being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, may seem more exciting than having nothing but the peace that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As oneness is formless and therefore endless, there is no more than that which is one, and as it takes more than one to experience something, any experience – falling in love, having a high consciousness or being transformed into to this and that – is an illusion.

For the same reason, there is nowhere to go. But as nothing is missing in that which is one, since it is endless and therefore everything, it is not necessary to go anywhere. That is why it is one perpetual present of peace.

In one perpetual present no one is special and no one takes up more space than another one, because there is no more than that which is one.

One perpetual present is not exciting though. There is nothing to search for, explore and be excited about because there is no future. Everything is there simultaneously in one eternal now. But most of all because it is not possible to be someone specific in one perpetual present, as that requires differentiation, so there is nobody to explore and be excited about anything, That is why it is nothing but peace.

The experience of movement in this image requires more than one, because without somebody watching it, it is totally still. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As it requires more than one to describe something, that which is one cannot be described, so the above description should not be taken literally. Neither should it be taken as a pointer to that which is one, as it also requires more than one to point to something. In this context, the description or any other in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings rather points towards the illusion of experiencing, realising or understanding something at all, as that requires more than one.

A world where there seems to be more than one can within the framework of such a world be compared to a video game, that you play when you want something more exciting than reality. And as long as you find excitement in exploring the deeper levels of the virtual world of such a game, you will keep playing it.

The more you play such a game, however, the more you will feel lost, because to get excited you must give up that which is real and pretend to be someone in a virtual world. In other words, the price of excitement is to give up the peace of oneness, since excitement can only be experienced where there seems to be more than one.

The excitement of more versus the peace of no more that which is one
As it takes more than one to be excited about something and as peace is that which is one there is no excitement in oneness. Hence you cannot get both of them. Actually, you cannot get any of them, since it requires more than one to get something.

Fortunately, you do not need to get peace, because that which is you is no different from that which is one and oneness is nothing but peace. But if you think that there must be more than one, you are always in need of excitement as it seems to prove there is more than one. Yet you are never satisfied. There always seems to be more levels explore and more to transform, when you believe there is more than that which is one.

You must acknowledge, where you have chosen to be in order to be able to undo your choice.

You are not the victim of the world, neither of the ego, so before you can have the belief that you are someone definitive undone, you must acknowledge, that it is you who have chosen to believe so. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

You may blame the world for never getting enough. Yet that is not the cause but the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. It is you who choose to believe this, and this choice you will not be motivated to change as long as there is hope for new experiences of excitement triggered by for example a very special person, the latest gadget or the promise of a new and deeper way to transform what you appear to be into something better and/or higher.

When you know, that no lasting excitement to get in the future and that it was you who started this endless quest for more, you are ready to not get excited and make a choice for peace.

Well, you cannot choose that, but you can choose to not choose what is not peace, namely whatever that seems to excite you.

A way to start undoing the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one is to question yourself, if more excitement is equal to less suffering.

You may be a fool running after more, but you are not stupid, so when you see that more is never enough and whatever you get more of entails more suffering, you will automatically correct the belief that more it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

The above is not meant to make you fill guilty about wanting more (or less) than that which is one. To do so is part of appearing in a world, where there seems to be more than one, so you are just doing what you are supposed to do. The question, however, is if you are getting what you are supposed to get. If not, you can choose to not choose what appears to be more than one.

You are not in a hurry though. Time is an illusion and as there is no more than that which is one, this is still that which is you, even though a world where there seems to be more than one seems to hide it.

The price of greed is fear. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The price of greed is fear. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

APPENDIX:
Greed for being or having more is what keeps you going in a world, where there seems to be more than one, but it is also what makes your frustrated, because no matter how much how much more you become or get, it is not enough. You need more, and it must be larger, better, faster, wilder, deeper or purer. You are afraid of not getting it, and if you get it, you are afraid of losing it. Even if you do not lose it, you are afraid it is not good enough. In other words, the price of being and/or having more is suffering.

If you are stranded in a desert, there is no lasting solution but to leave it. The same applies to appear in a world where there seems to be more than one. There is no real solution to the constant fear of not having enough because nothing lasts in such a world. You need to sleep, again and again, you need more and more food and so on.

It is not the world as such, you need to leave in order to have enough and not be afraid of losing what you have. It is the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, that needs to be undone so that this belief does not appear to hide there is no more the peace of that which is one.

Undoing this belief is not an act of doing or not doing something, as it is not possible to be or have more than that which is one. In other words, you should not go with your own speed in your own time, because only in a world where there seems to be more than one, can you have something of your own.

NOTE: This article is part of hack #2.4 Peace of non-duality versus the excitement of duality.

When the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one is undone nothing seems to hide that peace is always present

You behave civilized and pay for what you take – at least when there is no other way to take what you want without being exposed as a thief.

If you are a civilised person you pay for what you take – at least when there is no other way to take it without being exposed as a thief. The image is grabbed from the web

Gandhi and others, who in different ways tried to establish peace in their part of the world, all failed. The reason is simply, that peace is not possible in a world where there seems to be more than one, as it is based on being and having more, so everybody fight for more and fear to lose what they have.

You cannot survive in such a world without taking something from others physically or psychologically. And it does not matter if you eat meat or not, raw or vegan and whatnot. The principle is the same. You must take something from outside of yourself if you want to appear as if you are someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. The strongest and/or are most clever, will take more with the result that others have less or almost nothing.

No matter, if you are rich or poor, you know it is like that, and so you will always fear that others take from you, what you have taken from them. And if too many have too little, they will start fighting those that have more. But it also happens, that those who have a lot of fights to get more. It is happening all the time – and not just on a big scale.

The fight for more
You work to be and have more, but all the time the boss tries to give you less so that he/she can be and have more by making profit on you. And you both try to work as little as possible for as much as possible. When you go to a shop, it is to take as much as possible from outside of yourself and give as little as possible for it. For the shop, it is the other way around. It tries to give you as little as possible for as much, as it is possible within the law – or maybe their own extended version of it.

To take from others has been organised in a way, so everybody appear to be civilised, although they all try to figure out how to get as much as possible for as little as possible within the rules of society, because if you do not follow them, you will be used as scapegoat for people’s guilty conscience about how they exploit others.

To make long short, even though taking from others have been organised in ways so that it looks as you are a civilised person in a civilised world, it is a constant fight to keep together what you are and have. You must always defend yourself against others, so no one smarter or stronger than you take what you have taken from others. And it is the same for everybody, no matter where they appear to be in this game of appearing to be and have more than others in a so-called spiritual, physical or psychological way.

This fight may lead to big wars or small arguments in daily the encounters, like for example who shall do the dishes. It has always been like that, and it will go on like that, as long as you believe it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. If you think, that you or a group of people can change this, you suffer from illusions of grandeur. Why should you be able to do, what nobody else has been able to do in thousands of years?

Nowadays most second-hand knowledge seems to come from the web. This is not to say the web is bad, but that most use it to pump up their personality with things they know nothing about, and yet fight about as if they know what is right. This is not peaceful, but that is not important either, as what they want is to look superior, so they can hide their feeling of being inferior, which one is bound to feel appearing as a separated being in a capsule of time and space.

Nowadays a lot of second-hand knowledge seems to come from the web. This is not to say the web is bad. Unfortunately, info from there is often used to pump up one’s appearance, so that it seems more powerful and therefore appears to hide the underlying feeling of inferiority. But whatever is done to hide or fight something enhances it, because every time something is done about something, it reminds you why you are doing it. So the more you hide or fight the feeling of inferiority, the more the cause of it, namely the belief in being someone definitive, is enhanced – and as peace, it is fenced off. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Peace does not come from more, neither from less, but from that which is one
Since peace is the formlessness of that which is one and since formlessness it is endless, there is no more than that which is one so peace cannot be found in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Hence it makes no sense to look for it there, Neither anywhere else because it takes more than one to find something and peace is that which is one. And even if it could be found, you would not know what to look for, as your knowledge of it is based on speculations and second-hand knowledge.

Yet you know what is not peace, namely separation, so if you choose to undo the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, a world where there seems to be more than one will no longer appear to hide that there is no more than that which is one.

denial9The above article mostly mention fights between persons in a world where there seems to be more than one, but it is the same inside of you. There is no peace inside. Meditation and other techniques to find peace inside are just tools used to fight undesired feelings and thoughts by suppressing them. But denial does not make anything go away. A world where there seems to be more than one and what you appear to be there consist of conflicting contrast like for example peace and war. Hence you cannot have peace without war, as long as you believe there is more than that which is one.

In hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is pure bliss you can read how to undo this belief by not excluding but including the apparent opposite sides of contrast

NOTE: This article is part of hack #2.4 Peace of non-duality versus the excitement of duality.

Peace is all there is when you do not believe in something

Tantra sex is a way to cut away the longing for fulfillment. However to practice tantra sex is an excitement in itself, so the result will not be peace. But without excitement you have no need for a climax, and so you will not command the body to produce an orgasm. Consequently there is no need to practise tantra sex. Without excitement you will never be disappointed.

Without the longing for excitement, the moment is good enough as it is – and that is so peaceful, that there is no need for commanding the body to produce an orgasm. This is not a result of Tantra sex or anything else. Peace is not a result of something, but the lack of believing in something. The image is grabbed from the web

PART 1:
To indulge in excitement is to escape from the present, as it takes more than one to feel excited, and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. Besides that, excitement is always about something you are looking forward to in the future, imagining what it will be like if you, for example, a certain man/woman will love you. Should that happen, you start to imagine how exciting it will be to move together, have babies, a holiday cottage and whatnot.

Along the way, you may also imagine how excited your parents or friends will be for what you have achieved. But in reality, you have not achieved anything. That is why you keep looking for new ways to get excited, instead of realising that no matter how exciting you get, you do not feel at peace.

There is no excitement in peace because you do not look forward to something new when at peace. Excitement is imagination about something, that will fulfil you in the future. Peace though is not an imagination, and it cannot come in the future, neither can it fulfil you. Not to worry. There is no need for fulfilment because peace is one perpetual present – and that is all there is.

If it seems that this part of the article misses an end, it could be because peace never cares to finish anything, as it is that which is one, and oneness never ends.

Esoteric techniques like meditations are for those who care about how their person appear in the world. Using techniques like that are just a more refined version of the old desire to be the ruler of the world. But if it is an illusion, which is the idea behind most esoteric techniques, no appearance in the universe – including chakra, kundalini and whatnot – is real. Neither is any healing of anything in the world.

Esoteric techniques like meditations are for those who care about how they appear in a world where there seems to be more than one. Using techniques like that are just a refined version of the old desire to the master of the universe. But if the world is an illusion, which is the idea behind most esoteric techniques, there is nothing to rule and no appearance in the world – including chakra, kundalini and whatnot – is real. Neither is any healing, transformation and whatnot. The image is grabbed from the web

PART 2:
If you have the need to use tantra in order to not get an orgasm or use other techniques like meditation to stop your desire for the peak experiences of a world where there seems to be more than one, you are very far from returning to that which is you, because if that is what you want, you do not care if you have an orgasm or any other experience of climax in such a world. Consequently, there is no need to avoid anything.

Tantra, meditation, chanting, tai chi and similar esoteric ways of controlling what you appear to be are for those who want to escape their self-hatred by enforcing an appearance of being spiritual – just like the bodybuilder forces changes in the body to escape the feeling of being wrong.

But no technique is needed to return to that which is you, since no return is needed, as that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one, and as formlessness is endless there is no more than the formlessness of oneness. Hence it is not possible to leave it, so if you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, it is not real. In other words, there is nothing to leave but the belief that it is.

A relaxed body has no need of the climax of an orgasm – but a tense body has and if you believe this body to be yours, so do you. If you do not believe the body to be you, you do not need to identify with its needs and so you are free to to follow that which brings peace.

A relaxed body has no need for the physical climax of orgasm – but a tense body has, and if you believe to be in it, it must be tense in order to confirm this belief. But if you do not believe to be in it – or anywhere else for that matter – there is nobody with a need to make it real. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 3:
A physical orgasm is not gonna happen in a relaxed body but a tight one. This tightness is often caused by the control carried out to get what you want in the way you envision it should be, which seems very important when not looking for peace but excitement.

In other words, orgasm is only possible because you believe to be someone in a body and want to have this belief confirmed to be real through the excitement of an orgasm.

When you are in a state of indifference to the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one, which you cannot enter yourself through meditation and other techniques of self-control but by going with the flow of one or more of the duality hacks,* as they undo the belief in being or having a self, experiencing the sensation of an orgasm is no more sensational than any other experience.

Thus the body is not in need of producing a specific physical climax. In other words, there is no ejaculation.

This is also what you want to confirm if you try to avoid having an orgasm via tantra or other so-called spiritual techniques, as there would be no reason to avoid it, if not believing to be someone in a body.

Hence not wanting to be someone in a body – whether that appears to be physical and whatnot – will dissolve the need for a bodily climax, because only those believing to be in a body need it to produce a specific reaction in order to be confirmed in being there.

*) You can, for example, apply hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life to become nobody. Be aware though that seeing everything as symbols of life, you stop being somebody. Thus there is nobody to find peace, for example, through meditation or a good sleep nor to find an outlet for anger in love or sex. Fortunately, it is not needed, because to be nobody is peace. This does not mean, that feelings of anger, desire and whatnot do not pop up, but since there is not somebody in charge, the feelings belong to nobody. Thus nobody is shaped by them.

NOTE: This article is part of hack #2.4 Peace of non-duality versus the excitement of duality. It is not meant to promote that orgasm, sex or anything else is wrong. Only if you believe a world where there seems to be more than one is real do you need to appoint something as wrong.

(+) Peace is one

Even though this image is flat and basically is made up of repeating lines, you may choose to experience the illusion of a person in the distance, as this appeal to your desire for excitement.

This image is flat, and there is nothing behind or beyond it. It is basically nothing but repeating lines. Yet you may choose to experience something is hidden in the distance, as this appeal to your longing for excitement. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 1:
How come so many people like to watch a movie? Is it to pass the time or to get away from everyday life and experience something more exciting.

How come some like to watch porn? Is it because they feel alone, or that they can make fantasies becoming real through watching it – or maybe just because it is more exciting.

How come most are looking forward to a holiday? Is it because they need to get away from everyday life in order to relax and regenerate or because they want to experience something new and more exciting.

On holiday you can attend special events, that are fabricated to improve the feeling of pleasure, so you have an experience out of the ordinary. A movie – porn or not – is fabricated with the same purpose, namely to entertain you and give you an experience out of the ordinary. It does not matter, if it appears to be unrealistic, as long as it is exciting.

The absence of excitement is peace
Within the context of a world where everything seems to be dimensional and where flat things like movies are made to give an illusion of them being dimensional, oneness seems very ordinary. It is non-dimensional, has no space and time and therefore nothing to look forward to or get excited about. That is why it is nothing but peace.

There is ´only´ one, so there is nothing to lose. There is nothing else than one, and therefore you do not need to be complemented by a soulmate or to be confirmed by something from outside of you – you are everything. There is nothing to disturb you from outside because there is no outside – neither inside. There is ´only´ one, and that is extremely satisfying if peace is that which you want – but not if you have a longing for excitement.

In reality, one cannot have any need of being entertained. Being one is more than enough. But what if one could be two? Would that not be exciting? Look at the world. No doubt it is exciting being fragmented in separated pieces instead of being one. But also no doubt being separated is the cause of loneliness, and that to be defined as a person living in a capsule of time and space is the cause of all suffering.

The universe is flat, and only appears dimensional because you think so
Fortunately, it is not possible to separate one into two, that seem to appear in a dimensional world. It is possible to think so, but thinking does not make anything real. In the same way – within the context of the world – that no matter how realistic a movie is made to appear, it is in no way real and will never be.

Therefore, if you are tired of all the problems it seems to involve appearing in the movie called the world, you can any time leave it and return home, where you are at peace.

All you have to do to not make the flat movie of the world appear to be real is to not project thoughts onto it. Without thoughts and feelings, it will not seem dimensional and that there are exciting adventures ahead. In other words, if you are fed up with choices, variety, expansion, and worrying about the development of the movie, no worries, it is not real. You are that which is one, and in oneness, there is no space for these things – or anything at all.

This pic is totally flat and the movements that appear to be there is a trick made by moving flat pictures on top of each other in a speed so there appear to be dimensional movements. This is the illusion of the world. In oneness everything is so fast that there is no movement to see. That is why it is one.

This animation is totally flat and the movements that appear to be there is a trick made by moving flat images on top of each other in a speed so there appear to be dimensional movements. This can be compared to the appearance of movements in the world. They are an illusion, because there is only that which is one – and oneness has not time or space. This does not mean though, that there are no movements in oneness. It just moves so fast that there is no movements to see. It is that which is one, and no more. That is why it why oneness is non-dimensional. The animation is grabbed from the web.

In the world everything is experienced as different appearances defined by the space they seem to fill plus the space in between them. But in that which is one there is no space, so in the eyes of the world oneness is empty. In reality though it is totally crowded and extremely speedy. Everything is so close together, that there is no room for space in between, and everything moves so fast that differences is impossible. Due to the unimaginable speed, it takes no time to go from one point to another, so there is no past and future. That is why it is one perpetual present.

The belief in time and space is covering reality, which is one perpetual present.

The belief in time and space is covering reality, which is one perpetual present.

PART 2:
What has a beginning and an end and therefore is definable is not real. What is real never ends, since it is formless. Whatever is dimensional and seems to have a future and a past is a hallucination, because reality has no dimension, future or past. Reality is one perpetual present.

This is not to say that everything, in reality, will last. There is nothing dimensional in reality, so there is nothing there to last.

What is not real is an illusion. There is just reality. As it is formless it has no dimensions and therefore takes up no space. Yet it is everything because formlessness never ends.

But there is nothing inside it because without dimensions there is neither inside or outside.

Hence there is nothing to get excited about in reality. Besides to get exited requires more than one and reality is the formlessness of oneness.

And yet the reality is full of excitement. It is just not excited about what is to come. There is no future, and therefore nothing to hope for – or look forward to. There is no space, so there is no difference between the one being excited and what seems to cause. It is one perpetual present.

NOTE: WORDS
In the above article, the word oneness can be replaced by that which is one /life/spiriteternal now / ultimate reality, non-duality, one perpetual present and formless. They are all words for that which is real and which cannot be found in something unreal. When speaking about the world, which is unreal, it is not only what seems physically tangible in the universe that is an illusion, but also less tangible concepts like auras, crystal energy, antimatter, dark matter, angels, gods and astral planes.

This article is part of hack 2.4 Life is flat.

There is no loss in life

As life is the formlessness of oneness, it is endless. Hence there is no more than that which is one. And as scarcity and abundance require more than one, it is not possible to be or have neither less or more than the formlessness of oneness, unless you believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. Such a world though is not anywhere. Not because there is nothing outside of the formlessness of that which is one, but because what is formless has no sides and thus neither an inside or outside. In terms of a world defined by time and space, oneness is so flat, that it takes up no space. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Everything in the world is limited by time and space. That also includes god and other so-called spiritual concepts. God is in general mentioned as he, and sometimes as an old man in the sky. Auras, chakras, and you name it all have a form, that is defined by time and space. Also, states of mind like bliss and joy has a beginning and an end.

That which is life has no beginning and end – it is formless. So of course, scientist cannot find it. Formlessness cannot be in a form, and as the world is nothing but form, there is no life there. In other words, the world is not real. This is the reason scientist are not able to explain the creation of it, and new age people or religious ones invent gibberish stories of god, higher self and whatnot to give a meaning to the empty space called the world.

Within the context of a world where there seems to be more than one a game like Monopoly is not considered to be real, so it is not meaningful to pretend to be in its world except for fun of it. That is the same in a world where there seems to be more than one. You are not there to learn anything except for the rules of the game – and there is no other meaning of playing the game than having fun pretending to be a someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

If you have forgotten the world is not real, and that you are not there, it is not enjoyable appearing to be there. No friend, spouse, explanation, experiences of so-called heaven or otherworldly states will lessen the fear it is to believe being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. You are bound to always feel that something is not right when you seem to be separated from the oneness of life.

When you are playing a game in the world, and you forget it is just a game, you are still sitting at the table, where you play the game. Nothing has changed even though you may not notice the table anymore.

Neither friends or anything else in the world can lessen the fear it entails to believe being an entity, that has an end.

Neither friends or anything else in the world can lessen the fear it entails to believe being a creature with an end. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Likewise, even though you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, that which is you is still the oneness of that which is life. It cannot be anywhere else, because that which is life is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than that. In other words, the appearance of you as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is make-believe. Yet it is only due to the power of that which is you, that you can believe you are something else.

So if you – metaphorically speaking – have forgotten, you sit at a table playing the game of a world where there seems to be more than one, there is nothing you need to do to come back to where you are but to stop believing you are someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. When this belief is undone, there is nothing to hide where you are.

To make long short: If you appear to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, forget about greatness, bliss and heavenly states of mind. Just like the virtual world in a video game seems more exciting than a world where there seems to be more than one, such a world seems more exciting than the formlessness of that which is one. There is, actually, no excitement at all in that which is one, because it takes more than one to be excited.

For the same reason, there is no choice, greatness, bliss and love in that which is one. It takes up no space, so there is no space for anything. It is not dimensional like the world, you appear to be in. Rather it is flat with no direction to go, but one – and not even that, because it takes more than one to go somewhere.

To make long short. The formlessness of oneness is boring compared to all the possibilities you can to choose from in a world where there seems to be more than one. But as they never last, they induce fear of loss, contrary to the formlessness of oneness, where there are no possibilities but one and therefore nothing to lose or fear, which is very peaceful. If that is what you want, forget where and what you appear to be.

APPENDIX:
The way to forget where and what you appear to be is to not have a reason to be where and what you appear to be. As long as you have that, you will do what it takes to make the world appear as if it is real so that you can fulfil your purpose of appearing there. This purpose is differently formulated for different persons, but in general, it is about being and/or having more of something and less or nothing of something else.

You may want more love, compassion, truth, power, or whatever you think you miss in order to be complete. And you may want less of hate, anger, ego or whatever is imagined making you incomplete.

Not knowing what and where you are, there is nothing to define you. Hence there is not someone, who appears to hide there is no more than the formlessness of oneness.

But that which is you is already complete, because it is no different from that which is one, and as it is formless and therefore everything, so is you. In other words, it is not possible to be more – and when you see that, there is no reason to do what it takes to appear in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Duality is a simulated reality on top of non-duality

simulated_universe_1372282700_600x275

The image is grabbed from the movie The Thirteenth Floor.

The real world that is one and non-dual cannot be seen in a world of duality, as this simulated world layered on top on non-duality appears to hide it. An illusion though cannot hide anything. It is therefore rather the belief that you are someone definitive in a world of duality, that appears to suppress, there is no more than the formlessness of non-duality.

While you believe to be in a world of duality no matter what you experience there – whether it seems to be so-called spiritual or mundane, to come from the heart and whatnot – is make-believe. The light of the sun is no more real than that from a bulb, and a so-called live flower is just as artificial as a plastic flower.

Eyes do not see. It is the brain, that fabricate the images, you seem to ´see´. Actually, the brain can produce perfect images of what seems to be a realistic world even with your eyes closed. The brain deceives you – but only because you want to be deceived.

Whether love is perceived to be pure or not, it is not real – neither is loss, abundance, ego, mind, soul, consciousness, truth, god, angels, spiritual beings or astral planes. Nothing but non-duality is real, because it is endless and therefore everything. Besides, non-duality is oneness, so it is not possible to have a mind, be conscious and whatnot, as it requires more than one to be or have something.

Wavelengthsof lightcan be comparedto binary data, that is accumulatingthe simulation,of the webpage, you seem to seeon your screen now.Wavelengths haveno form, coloror depth of filed,as it seemsin this pic simulatingwavelengthsand binary data.

Wavelengths of light can be compared to the binary data, that are accumulating the simulation, of the webpage, you assume to see on your screen right now with words, that seem to form a meaning, and images with colours, that appear to reflect a world in the way believe it to be. But binary data or wavelengths do not have the form, colours or depth of field, that you seem to experience on this page. The same applies to this image simulating them. And they do not know, they are twisted in such a way, so that you think, you see a dimensional world with lots of different appearances.

It is a scientific fact that you do not see any colour or form in the world, but just the wavelength of light hitting the retina of the eye. Colour and form is assigned by the brain to the wavelengths of light, so they seem to show coherent images of a world in the way you have conditioned yourself to perceive it – regardless that all wavelengths of light are colourless as well as formless, and that the motion of the image you seem to see has been extrapolated, so that the time delay in processing it will not interfere with the thoughts or actions, you perceive to happen now.

According to science it is also a fact that everything seen as solid and opaque consist of empty space. In other words, the world of solid forms, that you seem to feel and see, is make-believe. See the article Where to find the bliss of ´the empty breath´.

Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings uses several different words for that which is real, namely non-duality, the formlessness of that which is one/you/life, oneness, one perpetual present, eternal now or spirit.

Those words or phrases, however, should only be taken as symbols for that which is real or pointers towards it, even though it is not possible to point to the formlessness of oneness, as it requires more than one to point at something. Furthermore, there is nothing outside of the formlessness of oneness, as formlessness is endless, so pointing at it is an illusion.

There is nothing real, because that would imply, there is something not real – and there is nothing but that which is real.

You are not seeing, what you seem to see.It is an illusion.

You do not see what you seem to look at. It is a virtual reality constructed by thoughts, that also is unreal – everything definable is an illusion.

To know is to be in duality
In a simulated reality, all words are of course equally illusionary, so to speak as if there is ultimate reality is also an illusion. If only non-duality is real, as noted above, then everything that seems to appear in a world of duality is an illusion including this article.

But even within the context of the world of duality, this page, that you seem to see on an electronic media, is considered to be an illusion. An app has fabricated a layer from the programming code underneath the page to simulate this page, that most humans otherwise would not be able to read.

The whole internet that you may experience as an exciting world is a world layered on top of programming languages like HTML and JAVA. If not transformed by your web browser, you would not be able to perceive this layer on top of the code, that right now appears to be an article about simulated reality.

Screen Shot 2014-12-09 at 09.45.21

A screen dump of the code for the beginning of this article.

This is a screen dump of the source code behind the first part of th article you seem to read now. In the source code you cannot see the header, neither the colours there appear to be around the page, nor the photos or anything else you experience to be there. The code, which is nothing but letters and numbers added together sometime in the past, commands your browser to fabricate this page, when you hit the right buttons, so that you experience it without noticing it is just an artificial layer fabricated on top of code.

You can be compared to code looking at a world of code.

You can be compared to code looking at a world of code.

All your thoughts can be compared to code, that are added together in such a way, that the brain is able to produce images from them of a tangible world, so that you experience it as if you are someone there. The images are layered on top of that which is real by the one making the code, who is also code.

Nobody though has made the code, as non-duality is the formlessness of oneness and as it takes more than one to make code. In other words, this explanation, like the rest of duality, is an illusion, because what is formless is endless, so there is nothing outside of it. That is why this paragraph does not start by saying ´all thoughts are code´ but ´all thoughts can be compared to code´.

There is no explanation to the existence of an illusion, because it does not exist. Yet, in the hack that this article is a part of, namely hack 2.3 Life is flat, and hack #2.5 Size does not matter, you can find more detailed explanations of how a layer of duality is fabricated on top of non-duality by using imagined fragments of non-duality added together in such a way that they appear as if they are dimensional and dual instead of non dimensional and non-dual.

There are also similar explanations about this in hack # 3.5 Non-duality is non-fabrication. Just remember that any explanation is a fabrication and nothing fabricated is real, as it requires more than one to fabricate something. Hence the only purpose of the explanations in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings is to remind you, that only that which is not fabricated is real.

The digital photos, for example, that you think you see are layers on top of digital info that no human would perceive as an image of the world. A raw data converter has fabricated a layer on top of the raw digital info in such a way that it triggers memories of the world as you remember it. In the case of the internet, this layer is called a JPEG or PNG file.

The same applies to the text you perceive to see on your screen, it is a layer built on top of nothing but zeros and ones in different combinations. Alexius is not that technically minded so he cannot say, he understands how it works. Neither how the world of duality seems to work as a layer on top of non-duality.

Actually, metaphorically speaking, you are closer to that which is real, namely non-duality, if you do not understand how duality works because it does not work. How can it work when there is nothing but non-duality? It cannot! It is an illusion – and thus not understandable.

To know something is to limit yourself as someone definitive within your knowledge. Not knowing something there are no constraints.

To not know is to not be dual
Liberation is to not know what, when and where you are, because how can you know that, when that which is you and the formlessness of non-duality cannot differ from each other, as what is formless is endless, so there is no more than that.

The foolish one cannot separate good and bad or right from wrong. All is symbols of that which is life, and therefore all have the same cause – including you and him. So when he can see all is symbols of that which is life so can you, because life is that which you are a symbol of in the world.

The foolish one cannot separate good and bad or right from wrong. Everything definable is perceived as symbols of non-duality, and therefore – despite their apparent difference – the same. This included you and Alexius, of course. When he can see it, so can you, because you are both a symbol of the very same.

You do not need the help from Alexius or anybody else to not know what and where you are. Nor is your own help required, because you do not know what and where you are. You may act like you do so that it seems you are amongst the wise ones, who know the truth.

But as that which is you is no different from non-duality, and as it takes more than one to know something and non-duality is that which is one, knowledge is nothing but fiction made up to cover, that you do not know what and where you are and feel foolish that this is so.

A world of duality consists of contrast – some of the main ones being good versus bad and right versus wrong – so if you do not know right from wrong the belief in being someone definitive in a world of duality cannot survive.

To stop hiding you are a foolish and just like Alexius do not know, what and where you are, what truth is, or how to separate good from bad, it may be helpful to read Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, where you are not instructed to follow specific steps in order to improve yourself and/or the world but to foolishly forget what and where you believe to be.

Be aware though that being foolish like that is only for those, who have no obligations in a world of duality – children, for instance. No worries! If you have responsibilities you devote yourself to them by being fully involved in whatever is called for – and so you are on the same track as the foolish one, who knows not much about form but about content, which is that the illusion of form can only be experienced, because of that which is formless, as it is endless and therefore everything.

Where is the key to that which is you? It is not in the body, neither the personality. You say my body, my personality, my mind, my soul, my god. You are the key!

You do not need a teacher to find the key to that which is you. You have the key. Metaphorically speaking it is in your pocket and you will automatically look there, when you want to go home to that which is you. It may be helpful though to read this blog, so you do not follow the naive beliefs of the world of love and whatnot but know where to not look for the key.

You do not need a teacher to find the key to that which is you. You have the key. Metaphorically speaking it is in your pocket, and you will automatically look there when you want to go home. It may be helpful though to follow Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings of undoing the belief in duality instead of one of the naive beliefs of such a world promising you, that the key is to make the world better,.

No one can teach you to be that which is you
It is not possible to learn to be that which is you because there is no difference between that which is you and that which is one and it takes more than one to learn or be anything. If you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, you have forgotten, there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one. No problem. This forgetfulness can be compared to not remember that your key is in the pocket. It changes nothing. Your home is just the same, and you need no teacher to tell you where the key is. When you want to go home, you automatically check your pockets.

You have the key. In fact you are the key, but if you think you are a person in the world, you will look for it, where it is not, as it is not in the world but in the one imagining it. The imagination includes astral planes and anything conceivable.

You have the key to that which is you. Actually, you are the key. Believing to be a person in the world, however, you will look for it, where it is not, as it is not in a world of duality but in that which makes it possible to imagine such a world.

To not confuse part of duality with non-duality, it may be helpful to read Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, so you do not look for the key, where it is not. Nothing in a world of duality, though – including ego and whatnot – is a hindrance for finding the key to that which is you, when your appearance there is perceived as if it is

You can find these duality hacks by clicking here.

Implementing one of these ways of perceiving a world of duality, you become inclusive, and as duality is not inclusive, the separation that it is based on is slowly but surely excluded from your perception in the sense that the apparent differences in a world of duality no longer seems to make a difference. So although you appear to be there, you are not.

But if the purpose of implementing the duality hacks is to have something, peace for example, it will not last, because nowhere else than in a world of duality does it seem possible to get something, and everything in such a world has an end. Neither will anything last if the purpose of implementing the duality hacks is to return to non-duality, because there is nothing there but that which is one, and it takes more than one to have something at all.

matrix-doorIn the below articles you can read about the non-dimensional nature of non-duality, and how the world of duality is a simulated reality, that, due to your belief in it as real, seems to hide non-duality beneath it.

That which is real never ends

Two dolphins are not enough. You want to see more. Maybe you also want them to be bigger – or to perform better. To see them on this pic may be judged as virtual and not good enough, so you want to see them in physical form. Maybe that is not good enough either, because you have ideas about direct experience, so you want to be in the water with them. And so it goes on. What is, is never good enough.

PART 1:
What can you learn, when you play a game like Monopoly? You can learn the rules and be better at exploiting them for your own benefit because the game is about taking something from others so that you have more than them – preferable everything. When that is accomplished you have won and everybody else has lost.

The game mirrors the world, as the purpose is the same, namely to get as much as possible at the expense of everybody else. In general, this is about getting more money and buying more physical stuff, but for some, it is not about having more physical things but more power. And for those considering themselves to be spiritual, it is about having more peace, love, higher consciousness or whatever they imagine being more spiritual.

The name of the game is more, but no matter how much you get you will panic when there is no more to get but everything instead is taken from you in the moment of death.

Is it not ridiculous, that everybody is participating in a game, where no matter what they do they will perish and lose everything in the end? It seems cruel. What is the purpose of it?

The dream of becoming more than that which is life
The purpose of being or having more is to forget, that it is not possible to be or have more. That which is you is no different from that which is life and life is the formlessness of oneness. And as formlessness is endless there is no more than life.

In other words, that which is you is everything, so you have everything. Hence there is nothing more to be or have. It is not possible. Yet it seems possible to think so. And manifesting this dream of being or having more as real is the purpose of participating in a world where there seems to be more than one.

That which is life does not know, that you have a dream of being in control, because to know something – or to be in control – requires more than one, and since that which is one is formless and therefore endless, there is no more than that which is one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

But that which is life does not know, you dream about being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. Just like in the context of such a world nobody knows the dreams you are having at night.

To be or have more does not last because everything in a world where there seems to be more than one ends
That which is life only knows that which is one, namely itself. Everything else is illusionary. Also meaning and purpose. There are no such things in oneness. It is not needed – being one is more than meaning enough. In an illusion, however, meaning and purpose are important, because that is what makes it appear to be real.

When the purpose is to be or have more than that which is one, it seems as if something is happening, when you become or get more – also if it goes the other way – and when something seems to happen it appears to be is real. That is why nothing in the world ever seems to be good enough. Something always must change in order to make it appear real. For this reason, the weather, for example, is always judged to be too hot or too cold.

But no matter how much more you become or have, you will fear to lose it, because everything in a world where there seems to be more than one has an end. In the formlessness of that which is one, however, there is nothing to fear, because there is nothing to lose or nothing to gain, as formlessness is endless and therefore everything.

Purpose determines what you see
As long as you believe it is possible to be and have more you will feel limited because there is no more than that which is one. To change feeling limited, you may think, you should stop desiring more, and instead become pure and detached from the world. But that is just another variant of more because right away you will want to become more pure, more detached and more free from desire.

It´s the purpose of being in the world that determines, why you seem to see three dolphins in this pic. If your purpose is to have more, you may be disappointed there´s only three – or that you are not there yourself to experience the dolphins. But if your purpose is to see everything in the world as symbols of life your satisfaction do not depend on being there physical yourself or how many dolphins there are, because you are satisfied to see symbols of life.

You need to change the purpose of appearing as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one so that it is not to be and have more than that which is one. It is the purpose, that determines, how you perceive the world, so if the purposed is not to be and have more but to see that which is not you, this is what you see when you seem to desire more*. When you seem to be horny or full of love, you see this is not that which is you – neither is what seems to die one day is not that which is you.

There may be many purposes – for example uniting – that also is beneficial for not making in a world where there seems to be more than one appear as real. Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, however, especially advocates pretending to be someone definitive in the world, because what you pretend to be, you are not, and so the purpose of appearing there will not appear to block out that which is you*.

Another purpose Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings advocate is to relate to everything in the world as symbols of life, which is the theme of hack 2.1-6. Relating in this way differences make no difference, and so it does not matter if you get more or not. It all symbolises the same, namely that which is life. The same applies to death, which is just another symbol of life. In other words, only the symbol dies, but not that which it is a symbol of.

No matter how much you pay for a house in Monopoly, it is not real, so you cannot sleep there – especially because you are not there.

No matter how much you pay for a house in Monopoly, you have not gotten a real one, so you cannot sleep there. Yet you can pretend* that you do so. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 2:
There is nothing to connect to in the world of a game, for example like Monopoly, because it is not real. If you think, you are connecting to something, it is exactly that, something that you think. Likewise, there is nothing to connect to in a world where there seems to be more than one. To be connected with the Earth this world is a joke. It is like connecting to the board of Monopoly. It is meaningless. That is why those who connect to specific appearances in the world are so spaced-out.

In the context of connecting you can connect to what the appearances in a world where there seems to be more than one symbolises, namely that which is one – just like you can connect to what the appearances in Monopoly symbolise. Monopoly is not a manifestation of the physical world but an abstraction of some of its parts, so it is not possible to sleep in the house of Monopoly. They are not real symbol of a real one in a world where there seems to be more than one, so you can only pretend to sleep in them. Yet pretending* will not result in the tranquillity of real sleep.

You cannot be in a world where there seems to be more than one, because there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. But you can pretend* there is such a world and that you are someone in it, and while pretending you are in a virtual reality, you can connect to everything in it as symbols of that which is real**.

Doing so, you everything still appears to differ from each other, but since they symbolise the same, namely the oneness of life, the difference does not make a difference**, so when this world seems to end for you, death is just another a symbol of that which is life.

NOTES:

  • For some to be or have more is not what seems to motivate them. Instead, it is about the world and/or you becoming better – or having the feeling of becoming new through ideas of being reborn or getting new stuff. It is all the same, because there is nothing better than that which is one, neither is there anything that is more new than the freshness of being one perpetual present.
  • To think it is better to be closer to something is no different from wanting more. It is a way to not be present and wanting to change the moment as it is. The whole world is constructed for that purpose, but you are free to choose another.

Nowhere to go

The eye cannot see this pic. It is registered as light divided into red, green and blue by three taps in the eye. This info is sent to the brain, where the same organ process both so-called reality and imagined or virtual reality The three colors are mixed in such a way, that it appears to be an image of someting solid in the world, that can be defined by time and space, even though almost 99% of matter consists of empty space.

Enlightenment of that which is one cannot be known, because there is nobody experiencing it. That is why that in the context of the linear time it may seem to take time to grasp, that you are someone to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one. There may be vague memories of a spiral of colours exploding into one bright white light, that has no form and seems to be opaque as well as transparent.

Someone definitive cannot be enlightened, as the enlightenment of that which is one is formless. No worries. The immense power of light destroys everything that seems to define you and leave it at the threshold of a black hole so that nothing gracefully falls through it into that which is one.

Even though this light is extremely bright, it does not light up the black hole, that you enter – or it may also be that because everything definable has been extracted from you nobody is entering the black hole and therefore the journey through it into that which is one … or it may also be that because it takes more than one to see anything, nothing is seen.

The above is described as if enlightenment of that which is one is a process in time, but this is not so – it is a simultaneously ´thing´, that takes no time. Yet it may seem as if it takes time to realise, that you are to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

That is because it is so different from the merry-go-round stories about forever bliss, that the wannabe´s – based on speculations and second-hand knowledge – are writing and talking about, so that one who is compared to the enlightenment of that which is one might think one is wrong, because such one does not know, what enlightenment is and the wannabes seem to know so much about it.

Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The intensity and speed of enlightenment of that which is one has nothing to do with the dream states of stillness, tranquillity, silence or bliss, that the spiritual merry-go-round people are talking and writing about. You do not enter heaven. Instead, you are abruptly destroyed at the threshold of a black hole. Nothing is left of what you appeared to be in a capsule of time and space – neither consciousness, soul or self.

Nothing that can be defined exist
Returning from the enlightenment of that which is one as someone definitive in a capsule of time and space, you have not become wiser, and because all those considered to be spiritual
like to give the impression of them being very wise, you think they know something, you do not know. But it is the other way around.

They know nothing but have a big need to appear as if they do. And one who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one knows the only thing there is to know, namely that there is no more than that which is one. In other words, a world where there seems to be more than one is non-existing – including angels, astral planes and whatnot.

There is no heaven, least of all heaven on earth. There is nothing, and that is why you ultimately have no choice. There is no self to realise. You do not exist. Neither does anything else because it takes more than one to exist, and there is no more than that which is one.

But most have invested so much energy in a world where there seems to be more than one, that they are willing to kill Jesus or anybody else, who says »They can’t say, ´Here it is!´ or ´There it is!´ You see, the kingdom of God is within you.« Luke 17:21

There is no time and space in one perpetual present
The above quote is not to be understood as god is inside of you. The word god was originally a symbol of that which is, and as that is all there is since it is formless and therefore endless, everything defined by time and space must be outside of that which is.

Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

It may appear as if there is an inside to this man, but there is neither an inside or outside. The perceived dimensions of him is an illusion fabricated by you based on how you are conditioned to see a world defined by time and space. But there is nobody in this image. It is an illusion made from zeros and ones. Even in the context of the image, there is nothing inside the man, because the image is as flat as can be. This applies to everything you seem to see in a world defined by time and space, because it is a fantasy made out of empty space.

That is as seen from a world defined by time and space, but actually, there is no inside and outside. This does not mean, that ultimately inside and outside is the same. There is literally no inside and outside. There is ´only´ that which is. In other words, one perpetual present without time and space.

When everything appears to be the same, there is nothing to define
As a person in the world, you cannot choose to not be defined by time and space because choosing is definable. But you can choose to see everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one.

Doing so, you are not abruptly destroyed like in the enlightenment of that which is one. Instead, the belief in being someone definitive is slowly but surely being undone the more you perceive everything as symbols of that which is one, which is hack #2 in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings.

Except for the enlightenment of that which is one the same applies to the other duality hacks. In other words, they allow you to enjoy being in a capsule of time and space, while at the same time undoing the belief that you are there. Plain devotion or desperation may also undo the belief in being someone definitive.

Being exhausted, defocused or at the point at given up are other simple ways of forgetting what and where you are, so that there is nothing to define you as someone definitive and therefore nothing to hide the formlessness of that which is one is no different from that which is you.

NOTES:

You can read more about the enlightenment of that which is one in the below hacks. Do not expect though to be enlightened. That is a wish of the special self (read more about that here), and it does not exist so it cannot be enlightened, neither can anything that seems to exist, because it takes more than one to exist, and there is no more than for one in the enlightenment of that which is one:

This article is part of hack 2.3 Choosing or not.

What is life?

Most will know, that what you see in this image is not a man and a woman, but symbols of man and woman. Most also know, that the color or the look of the symbols in no way resembles actual men and woman. Unfortunately very few know, that all what they seem to experience in the world of duality is not real, but symbols of that which is, although the symbols in no way resembles that which is life.

Most know, that what you see in this image is not a man and a woman, but symbols of it. Most also know that the colour or the look of the symbols in no way resembles actual men and woman. Unfortunately very few know, that all that they experience in a world where there seems to be more than one is not real, but symbols of that which is, although the symbols in no way resemble that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

What is life? This question was asked at the beginning of hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life, that this article is part of, but so far it has not been answered. The reason is very simple. As life is the formlessness of oneness and therefore endless, there is no more than that which is one, and as it takes more than one to answer the question, it cannot be answered.

But as we appear to be in a world where there is more than one and Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings operates within this context here at the end of hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life the answer is that life is one perpetual present. This answer, unfortunately, has no meaning in a world where the present is considered to be a point squeezed in between the past and future. Even within the concept of such a world, this point is an illusion, as everything experienced as if it now consists of various images from the past.

Beginning of dinner.

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

A knife can be used in many ways – for instance in the kitchen to prepare nourishing food. But it can also be used to prepare junk food, that, even though its flavour may excite you, will not nourish you. Furthermore it can even be used for killing. Likewise the illusion of the world can be used to undo your belief in it. But it can also use it to enhance your belief in it, by pumping you up with all sorts of junk, so that you appear to be and have more than that which is one.

Everything that has an end is an illusion because that which is real has no end. Illusions though has to be powered by something, and as that which is life is all there is, it must be the power making it possible for illusions appear as if they are real. But just like electricity is not in a room illuminated due to it, the power of life is not in an illusion empowered by it.

A_cup_of_tea_3_by_JunKarlo

The duality hacks in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are just as illusionary as anything else in a world where there seems to be more than one, but if one or more of them seem to be your cup of tea by all means go for them. Doing so both the illusion of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings and the world where they appear to will be undone – or rather the belief that you appear as someone ithere. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As there is nothing real in a world where there seems to be more than one, hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life is of course also an illusion. But as the application of it undoes the belief in such a world, it can be used as your way back to the formlessness of oneness.

This is not to suggest, that you have your own way. There is no way out of a world where there seems to be more than one, as there is no more than that which is one. But as it feels good perceiving everything believing to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one you may as well go down that road if you belive to be someone there, because it does not matter what way you go, when you see everything as a symbol of the same.

Alexius is nothing but another symbol of that which is one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

EPILOGUE:
When I watch the world, a voice inside of me reacts to everything, by saying foolish things about it. Yet it is those foolish ideas that make a world where there seems to be more than one appears to be real.

It seems this voice has a will of its own, but that is not so. It is me and nobody else, who have asked it to monitor everything like this in order to confirm me as someone definitive there. As I do not find that exciting anymore but quite boring, I have given it another command, which is to always say, that everything perceived is another symbol of that which cannot be perceived, as it takes more than one to perceive something, namely that which is one.

To keep this command in place I write my non-teachings so that I constantly am reminding both you and me, that since that which is one is formless it is endless. Thus there is no more than that which is one.

A world where there seems to be more than one is therefore just a fantasy, and when nothing in it is judged to be ugly or beautiful, everything is just like clouds of empty space. And though I do not know the oneness that those clouds symbolise, because it takes more than one to know something, it feels great that just are symbols, as that means their apparent difference does not make a difference, and so there do not appear to be more than one.

Kind regards
Alexius

How to perceive everything in the world as symbols of life?

_IMG5272_71_69_70_73x-Edit-Edit

The humidity that appears to be in this image cannot damage your electronic device, because it is just a simulation. Likewise, nothing in a world where there seems to be more than one can hurt that which is you, namely the formlessness of oneness, because formlessness is endless, so a world where there seems to be more than one is just a simulation. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
Everybody knows, that when they read or hear a word like water, it will not quench their thirst. They perceive the letters w + a + t + e + r as a symbol of that which will quench their thirst. This not something they have to think about, because due to past experiences of water they know the letters are just a symbol of it.

Nothing in a world where there seems to be more than one turns out the way you want. Something always seems to be missing. That is how you know, there is no oneness in such a world, because that which is one is formless and therefore endless, so everything is always there.

But in regards to perceiving everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one, you cannot know what oneness is, because that requires more than one. So the way to perceive everything as a symbol of that which is one is to realise that since oneness is formless and therefore endless, there is no more than that which is one. Hence there is no oneness in a world where there seems to be more than one.

You are always protected, when you see everything in the world as symbols of the oneness, because it takes more than one to be attacked.

And just like the word water is without water is and nothing but a symbol of it, you can conclude, that a world without oneness is a symbol of it – especially because there is no more than that which is one.

You cannot go wrong, when every way is a symbol of that which is life.

You cannot go wrong when every way is a symbol of that which is life. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 2:
In a game like Monopoly, the streets are marked with different colours, so that it is easy to see, where you are and what you own. This is, of course, an illusion. You are not in Monopoly, and whatever you seem to own has no value.

For the illusion of being in the world of Monopoly to work, you must accept, that the different colours represent areas of different value, even though these colours are just painted on top of the very same cardboard. You must also accept to appear as if you are a little plastic car, that slowly moves from street to street, as if they are far from each other, even though they actually are coloured squares tightly fit together. Finally, you must agree to the goal of the game, which is to take everything from everybody else, so that it is only you who have something.

It sounds strange, but that is how the game is, and without following its rules, you miss the fun of it. Likewise when playing the game of duality. It falls apart if you think we are all the same, that there are no differences, and that we should share everything in love and peace.

Those who are good at taking from others within the framework of society gets the most, and in general also much respect for having taken so much to themselves at the expense of others.

In the world we are all separated. The change of colors in this pic, so that the person persons seems less separated has not changed a thing, as the pic is not real. Neither does all the talk about love, peace and oneness change a thing, because it has nothing to do with the reality of the world of duality. It is a world of separation and nothing can change that.

In the world, we are all separated. By removing most colours in this photo, so it becomes monochromatic, makes the persons seem to be less separated. But as the image is not real, nothing has actually changed. Likewise removing hate and whatnot from a world of duality does not change anything, as the world is not real, but a simulation on top of that of that which is real. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

We are not at one in a world of duality but different creatures appearing in different places. Contrary to what some claim we do not want peace. And we do not love each other, least of all ourselves. In a world of duality, you can only survive by taking something – physically or psychologically – from outside of what you appear to be, so we are always at war with others.

Many dream about a higher power to lift them out of their misery. But the reason they see ugly things, and have unrealistic dreams about escaping it, is that they think they are ugly.

If you judge this to be bad, you have judged yourself to be bad. The world is in the eye of the beholder, and the world does not become less ugly and more beautiful when you try to change it with love, peace and whatnot, because giving love is based on the idea of separation and therefore enhances the cause of you feeling ugly.

It is not possible to escape an illusion, but it is possible to undo the belief in it
So how to escape the illusion of duality? Sorry to say, this is a silly question. It only makes sense, when you believe the illusion is real. How to escape Monopoly? No escape is needed. You are not there. It is a virtual world. The way to make it go away is not to love, being at peace, or at one. Ideas like that only enhance the belief, that the world of Monopoly is real.

Any time you want Monopoly to go away, all that is needed is to put it back in its box. No need to leave the world of Monopoly, because you are not there. It was something you pretended and before you did that, while you pretended it and after pretending it, you are exactly what and where you are in the world of duality. The game of Monopoly does not change that.

Likewise, that which is you is not in a world of duality but in non-duality. To put the world of duality – or rather the belief in it as real – back in its box takes no time or space, as there is no time in non-duality. Yet believing to be in a world of duality everything appears to take time – just like in the context of such a world it takes eight minutes for the rays of the sun to reach you – so undoing the belief in it also seems to take time.

To see everything in the world as symbols of life
If you are a long time reader of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, you probably know by now, that one recommendation of them is to see everything in the world as symbols of life – or in the context of this article to see everything in duality as a symbol of non-duality.

This recommendation is not meant to say, that this is the best way – there are no right ways in an illusion – to return to non-duality. But it may be the fastest way, although ultimately speaking it is a journey without distance because as non-duality is formless it is endless and you have therefore never left it.

´Seeing everything in the of world duality as symbols of non-duality´ is an illusion within the illusion of duality, but it may help you to see, that you are not in a world of duality but that which is making it possible for such an illusion to be experienced, namely non-duality.

It may not work, however, if you use it to deny what you judge as bad, because what is denied is hidden. But the beauty of ´seeing everything in a world of duality as symbols of non-duality´ is, that even if you use it to deny and exclude specific feelings, this denial and exclusion is fortunately only possible due to non-duality, so they are of course also symbols of that.

Though it is due to electricity, you can experience a cup of coffee, the coffee in no way resembles electricity, no matter with how much love it is produced. Likewise duality in no way resembles the life that makes it possible to experience duality. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Though it is due to electricity a cup of coffee can be experienced, it does not resemble electricity, regardless the way it is presented. Likewise duality in no way resembles non-duality though there is nothing else than that which makes it possible to experience such an illusion, because non-duality is formless and therefore endless. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Though none of the illuminated appearances in a dark room resemble electricity – regardless that is the power making it possible to perceive them – and though there is no electricity in them, you could say they are symbols of it.

Likewise you can say, that everything perceived in a world of duality is a symbol of non-duality, because though there non-duality is not in a world of duality and nothing there resembles it, everything you seem to see there is a symbol non-duality, as non-duality is formless and therefore endless, so there is nothing else than that to make it possible to experience the illusion of duality.

So you cannot go wrong by seeing everything in a world of duality as symbols non-duality. Even though love and hate seem so different in a world of duality, the difference does not make a difference, when it is not the appearance that matters but what they symbolise.

There are no rules in an illusion, that you must follow. That would be an illusion.

The more everything in a world of duality, whether it appears to be bad or good, is seen as symbols of life, the less duality appears to be real, and so you feel free. When this feeling or any other is also perceived as a symbol non-duality, you cannot feel as someone definitive anymore. Consequently, the belief in duality is undone and the world of duality is back in the black box, where it seemed to come from.

Believing to in a body in a world where there seems to be more than one, the price is suffering, so why not get the excitement of being and having more, that you are paying for. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

You can have your cake and eat it too when seeing everything as symbols of life
It is quite stupid to look for peace in a world where there seems to be more than one, as peace is that which is one, and in a world where there seems to be more than one, it is all about the excitement of being and having more. It comes with a price though, namely loneliness and suffering.

Although appearing in a world, where there seems to be more than one, is an illusion, it is even more illusionary to navigate in it, as if you are not separated from that which is one but full of peace and joy. In a world where there seems to be more than one, you fear others, because it is everybody against everybody.

A world where there seems to be more than one is founded on separation, so appearing to be someone in such a world you are basically alone and separated from the rest. This is an experience of loss and therefore suffering, but believing to be someone definitive there, you are obviously willing to pay the price – otherwise, you would not try to make it there or improve it political or spiritual.

Peace in a world, where there appear to be more than one, is a dream that cannot come true because peace is that which is one. Only the appearance of separation can be attained in a world, where there appear to be more than one. Yet when you do not focus on appearances but their content, they become symbols of that which makes it possible to perceive more than one, namely the oneness of life – and so you feel free to not give a shit about peace, which is quite peaceful. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

So why not have the excitement of the world that you are paying for, instead of looking for the peace of mind the do-gooders and gurus are talking about. What they offer is not peace but a speculative state of mind. There is no peace to find in a world where there seems to be more than one because peace is that which is one.  But rest assured, peace is yours, which is obvious when you choose to have the belief that there is more than that which is one undone.

»Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.« Jesus said according to Matthew 10:34. »For I came to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.« Matthew 10:35

If you perceive everything that seems to be separated as symbols of that which is not separated but is the formlessness of oneness, everything separated seems united through being symbols of the same. Hence you are having the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one undone, while at the same time having the excitement its multiplicity of symbols. In other words, you can have your cake and eat it too.

From non-duality to duality and back

It is not possible to drink the water from the bottle in this pic, because the bottle is a simulation – but it is possible to imagine to drink the water. The imagination will never quench your thirst though.

This imagination though will never quench your thirst. That which is one

… is no different from the formlessness of that which is you. But as formlessness has no size it is nothing. Yet it is also everything because formlessness is endless. In other words, there is no more than the formlessness of eternal life, which also is called non-duality.

Schräge Parallelen

Nothing in the world is what is seems to be. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

It takes more than one to see anything, so if you see this image, you have tricked yourself into thinking, you are not one. You may also have tricked yourself into seeing convergent red lines, when, actually, all lines are parallel, and it is the blue boxes that are offset.

What if that which is one …

… could be divided into more than one. It is not possible, because it is formless, and the speed of it is infinitely fast, so there is no time and space making it possible to differentiate anything. Yet it seems possible to imagine slowing down the speed of it until it is so slow that it seems possible to make out separated appearances in the distance.

This still photo of Scarlett Johansson in ´Lucy´ is grabbed from the internet.

Think of the movie Lucy, where Luc Besson via Scarlett Johansson demonstrates, that if you speed up time infinitely, any object in motion disappears – or in the context of this article becomes one. The world is a reverse example of that. A slowed down movie of oneness you could say.

One of these separated appearances in the distance is imagined to be you. Both you and everything else though is as flat as an image in this article, because formlessness has no dimensions. But when what you is imagined to be observes everything else from different angles and distances, it appears as if it gets smaller and bigger. In other words, it seems to exist in time and space, and so you conclude the same applies to you.

Movements that do not exist. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The book ´Eye Benders: The Science of Seeing and Believing´ written by Clive Gifford explains, the brain sees movements that do not actually exist, and it also fabricate images to fill what it perceives to be gaps in the world. You can read more about this in the article The closer you look, the less you believe what you see is real.

To make long short, a world where there seems to be more than one (also called a world of duality) is built from an imagined slowed down version of that which is one ( also called non-duality), so that the experience of this virtual world defined by time and space, that is layered on top of the formlessness of that which is one seems to cover it, seems to hide that there is no more than that which is one.

It is not done with any other purpose than the excitement of being and having more than that which is one. A bit like the excitement you get when AR (augmented reality) modifies the physical world and builds a layer on top of it, so a simulation of the physical world is mixed with the actual physical world.

This article is partly inspired by an article in Wired called Our Forward March Across the Reality-Virtuality Continuum, where you can read more about AR and VR. In the fashion of AR you might say, that this article is build on top of the article from Wired.

You probably experience, that you see two differently sized orange circles in this pic, because that is what the part of the brain, that measures perspective and scale, will tell you. Due to the blue circles it appear as they are not the same size. But you are wrong. Each orange circle is the same size. You are also wrong, if you think persons are different, and that they are in a world of duality. It is an illusion. Everything is sizeless.

Due to the blue circles, it appears as the orange circles are not the same size. But you are wrong. Each orange circle has the same size. At the time of writing this article, the most well-known example of AR (augmented reality) was probably Google glasses, where a digital simulation of the physical world is mixed with the actual physical world via eternally being connected to the internet. You can read about another kind of AR glasses, that changes how you appear to others, in my recent article What is unreal, is right in front of you.

Since then Pokémon Go, has maybe become the most well-known example of AR. It is, however, not only when playing Pokémon Go that many people are living in a kind of augmented reality. They look at their smartphone, where a layer of digital info is flowing on top of the physical world, while they hear music in one ear and listen to friends from the physical world with the other ear.

This image – like any other digital image – consists solely of pixels added in different combinations to make them appear as something, they are not. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Bringing the imagination of god or some kind of a superworld into the reality of the physical world has been a longtime human fantasy. Imaginative fiction, transcendental meditation, aura-transformation and psychoactive drugs can be seen as early efforts to trick the mind into thinking, it is possible to blend a non-physical fantasy world with the physical world, where we appear to be. Soon VR (virtual reality) like it is envisioned by Oculus Rift – will be able to actually implement this.

That which is one is replaced by the belief in more

The first step away from the formlessness of that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one can be compared to AR (augmented reality), which is a mix of real and unreal. The second step can be compared to VR (virtual reality), where reality totally is replaced by an illusion. Yet the illusion, that seems to replace reality, can only be experienced due to it.

In a virtual world everything is possible and that seems very exciting, even though it is all an illusion. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

»This (virtual reality) is a state where you are totally transported into another world and immersed in the digital interactions of the virtual environment you’ve entered … the feeling that you are truly visiting another space that is wholly distinct from what you can see and hear without the platform … a platform like Oculus Rift is an alternative to reality, supplying entirely new, virtual experiences: true VR.« From Our Forward March Across the Reality-Virtuality Continuum in Wired.

Why choose to appear, as if you are someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one when that which is you is the formlessness of that which is one. Because it appears as if the endless possibilities of such a world is much more exciting than that which is one, where there is nothing to experience there, as that requires more than one.

The world of duality can only be experienced by contrasts – like black and white, space and empty space. The experienced contrast of inanimate and animate, you judge as proof for you to be alive.

In a world where there seems to be more than one there is so much to experience. Happiness for example. But it comes with a price, because such a world – contrary to that which is one – is built of contrasts so you cannot have happiness without sadness. This applies to every experience.

Nothing can be experienced without its contrast. You would not be able to know when it is dark, if not for knowing light.

Yet you may think, that it is possible to surpass this and live in just one state of mind, bliss for example, as there is vague memories of oneness. Yet it has been covered by the desire for more, which only can be experienced if the belief in separation is upheld, and that requires contrasts. You would not be able to know when it is dark, if not for knowing its contrast light.

All contrasts in the world are like two sides of a coin. This duality though can never replace the peace of that which is one, as there is no more than one. Consequently what is not one is not real – and only that which is real is peaceful.

So as long as you believe you are someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, the formlessness of that which is one is hidden by your belief in separation.

In a world where there seems to be more than one, it is always about being and having more the fastest and cheapest way. The animation is grabbed from Ello.

A world where there seems to be more than one does in no way function like the formlessness of that which is one, as it does not function at all, because it takes more than one to function.

A person always find ways to deny or change appearances in the world that is judged to be wrong, so that it appears to better. But no matter how happy being better may seem to make you, you cannot escape its contrast, sadness, because happiness cannot be experienced without it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

But no matter how happy being better may seem to make you, its contrast, sadness, cannot be escaped, because happiness cannot be known without it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The world, where you believe to be was constructed by imagining, it is possible to be separate from that which is one and make something better on top of it. This is the not only how it started, but it is also how it goes on. None of the excitement, that a world where there seems to be more than one, appears to offer feels good enough.

There is always an urge to separate from what excites you and replace it with something better, which can hide the memories of the old one. The only thing, that seems constant in a world where there seems to be more than one is the fear of not being and having enough.

In a world where there seems to be more than one, it is always about getting more, the bigger the better, so the eyes always focus on contrasts, preferable the biggest ones, that in the case of reading this article is the contrast between black and white. This should not be understood though as you actually see this. Eyes do not see, they translate – or rather the brain translate the frequencies hitting the eyes.

In other words, the the world is a construction of thoughts – and when you believe thoughts are made by you, you as a person in the world is perceived to be real.

Enlightenment of that which is one undoes the belief in more

One who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one knows, that there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one, and that a world where there seems to be more than one, therefore, is not real. Everybody else – no matter how spiritual they appear to be – are solely having speculations about the existence of themselves in a world where there seems to be more than one.

The purpose of these speculations is not to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, because that erases the belief in existence, as it takes more than one to exist and there is no more than that which is one. Instead, it is the enhancement of the existence of themselves as something special in such a world.

Believing that a world where there seems to be more than one – including so-called spiritual parts – is real is to be compared to sitting in a cinema, where you project yourself onto the world, that seems to be on the screen, so that what is on the screen appears to have an effect on you, and therefore is experienced as to be real.

Enlightenment of that which is one can be compared to the movie roll suddenly breaks, so that there is nothing but bright white light on the screen. The world is no more, and it never was. It is an illusion fabricated by your interpretations of fragmented light.

This is the enlightenment, Alexius is to be compared to. It is not something that you see, because it is the enlightenment of that which is one, and it takes at least two for something to be seen.

When the movie roll is fixed and Alexius again appear to be in the world on the screen, the enlightenment of that which is one has not turned him into a wiser man or changed anything in the world. But he knows, that a world in a movie is not real and it can only be experienced, because of that which is real, as there is no more than that which is one.

The enlightenment of that which is one you can read about in the .

The animation is grabbed from the web.

If everything that you see is perceived to be symbols of that which cannot be seen, namely the formlessness of that which is one, though happiness and sadness apparently are not the same feeling, the difference does not make a difference, because they are both symbols of the same. The animation is grabbed from Ello.

To see symbols of that which is one in that which is not one

Even though you may have been told, that a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion, your conditioned belief in such a world compulsively produces experiences of more than that which is one.

You can speed up the process of undoing this belief by not perceiving these experiences as real but symbols of that which is, namely the formlessness of that which is one – also called eternal now one perpetual present, oneness, non-duality, or the formlessness of spirit or life. This is what this hack, namely hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life,  is all about.

Pretending to be what is not one confirms that which is one

Pretending to be someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, is another way to speed up the process of not believing to be there, as what you pretend to be, you are not – so the more you pretend to be there instead of believing to be there the more the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, cannot hide that there is no more than that. See hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation.

That which is one cannot be known in a world where there seems to be more than one – neither anywhere else, as it takes more than one to know something. So rather than pointing to that which is one, Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings point out that there is no more than that which is one.

That which is one is one perpetual present

When you return to the formlessness of that which is one from a world where there seems to be more than one, everything is all the same, as if you have been there all the time, which you also have, because there is no more that which is one. Therefore the phrase ´when you return to non-duality´ should only be taken as a metaphor. In reality, you can never return, as you never left the formlessness of that which is one – only in an echo of a fantasy.

NOTES:

All fragments are symbols of that which is cannot be fragmented

If you see everything in the world not for what they appear to be but for what they symbolise, no doubt they will lead you to what they symbolise. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
Before the release of a new music album, one of its tracks is normally released as a single – at least that is how it used to be. The single, which is a fragment of the whole album, symbolises the unity that it has been separated from.

In the same manner, you could say, that every appearance in a world where there seems to be more than one is a fragment symbolising the oneness of life, which it seems to have been separated from.

But with the recent success of Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal and other streaming music services something is about to change in the music industry. People are no more interested in a whole album. They just want the fragments of it that they like the best so they can add them together with fragments from other albums in order to create their very own playlist. In other words, the time of an album as an unity is about to finish.

Some pop stars, for example, Taylor Swift, appears to be fighting against this trend. She has withdrawn all her music from Spotify to make people buy her whole albums. It may not actually be because she cares about wholeness, but because she can make more money by selling whole albums than if people just stream the tracks they like.

This is not to say, that it is wrong to make money. Whatever reason Taylor Swift has for withdrawing her music from Spotify is not the scope of this article. The slow death of an album as one whole thing is meant to illustrate, how everything in a world where there seems to be more than one is about separating the whole into fragments, so you can exclude the ones you do not like and fabricate a special world showcasing your unique personality, rather than including everything, as that would not make you stand out but part of the whole..

This desire to separate and exclude comes as no surprise, as that is the foundation of a world where there seems to be more than one The very reason for imagining such a world is to be an individual that can become and have more by owning separated things for itself. This also includes realising more and hence appearing to be more spiritual.

But the more you take things out of its context and use it for personal purposes disconnected from the whole, the more you will fear the potential loss of what you think that you have achieved. To compensate for this you may take even more out of its content so you can feel uplifted and alive by special peak experiences when you fear to lose what you appear to be and have.

If you choose to perceive your experience of this house as a symbol of that which is one, regardless you judge it to be beautiful or ugly it symbolises the same. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The conclusion of this is not that you would be better off looking for wholeness in a world, because there is no wholeness to find in a world where everything is separated by time and space. Yet you can find symbols of wholeness, because separation is a confirmation of the inseparable oneness, as it would not be possible to experience separation without that which is not separated. Perceived in this way the apparent differences of the world stop making a difference, as everything is a symbol of the same.

Should this article, for instance, end now without further explanation, you may feel irritated, which makes no difference because whatever you appear to feel is just another symbol of that which makes it possible to experience feelings, namely the oneness of life.

Often though it would be denial to say, the outcome does not matter, because it matters if you believe the apparent difference of the appearances in a world where there seems to be more than one the world make a difference. But it does not matter when you see them all as symbols of that which makes it possible to experience them as if they are different from you, because then they are all symbolising the same.

In the context of the music story, you can say, that if you see everything in the world as different tracks symbolising an album, which already is there although yet not discovered by you, you are connected to the wholeness of the album through the symbols of it – and no doubt you will soon be able to forget about the excitement of individual tracks in the world so that they do not appear to hide the whole album called one perpetual present.

The evolution of IoT (Internet of things) via smartphones and tablets makes it easier and easier to connect people and their needs, so you share cars and rent out your home as a holiday home, while you rent somebody else´s for your vacation.

The above article should not be seen as a crusade against streaming music. No matter in what way you listen to music or do other things in the world, it is only possible due to the oneness of life, so whether you make your own playlist or not, stream or not, it is a symbol of life.

A world where there seems to be more than one is about individuality, so it would be to go against its very nature, if you do not do, what seems to be in your own best interest. This applies also, if you want to return to the oneness of life, which is not about being together as that requires more than one.

Streaming music and other doings of Generation Y (born between 1980 and 2000) suits the personality of Alexius well. It does not appear to be about having to own things but about having free access to them – like for example you have to my non-teachings and he has to the source delivering the content.

You can read more in an article from Wired about how the digital generation expects integrated service offerings in the way IoT (Internet of things) works and are happy to trade personal data for access to the sharing economy.

What you can access from the smartphone is not in the phone. Nothing in the smartphone is real. Everything is symbols.

What you can access from the smartphone is not in the phone. Nothing in the smartphone is real. It is all symbols of something.

PART 2:
The reason the capitalistic system is the way it is in the world is very simple. So far it has been very important for a person to own something and preferably a lot. The same applies to the communistic way of living, even though it is about owning things together – at least officially speaking.

But you cannot own the enlightenment of that which is one*, neither individually or as a group. No matter how much you hug, hold hands, meditate together and whatnot, if you want to own the experience of something the enlightenment of that which is one will not bid you welcome.

There is nothing higher than that which is you. Neither something lower, because you are that which is one and as it is formless it is endless, so there is no more than that which is one.

The above about everybody wanting to own very much is a generalisation, and there are of course exceptions to that, but not many – otherwise the world would not be based on owning as much as possible for as little as possible on the expense of others.

The older generation think, that to buy and own is to commit. What a conditioning to think consumerism of materialistic things or so-called spiritual states of mind is commitment!

The biggest exception from wanting to own things or experiences is found in generation Y (born 1980 – 2000), who generally speaking do not care to own but to have access – especially via a smartphone.

Things and services you can access via a smartphone, are not in the phone just like the enlightenment of that which is one is not in the body. That is why the generations up until now, that are conditioned to own things, thoughts, feelings and experiences, are very far away from the enlightenment of that which is one. You cannot own that which is one, as it takes more than one to own something.

The transporter from Star Trek.

There is nothing to own. The world is an illusion. This is what the enlightenment of that which is one dispels in a split second. Enlightenment in itself is not the goal though. The goal is to undo the belief in being someone definitive, so there is not something that appears to hide that which is one. Enlightenment can in some ways be compared to the transporter beam in Star Trek, where a person is dematerialized and converted into energy, that is beamed to a target, where the person again is materialised.

In enlightenment of that which is one, however, there is no target, and the person is not reconverted into matter. The thought it is constructed of is left at the edge of a black hole, so there is nobody to experience the formlessness of that which is one.

If you play a video game or watch a movie, you cannot own or change the characters there, because they – like every other appearance in a game or a movie – are constructed illusions made to appear in pre-made ways. You cannot be any of those appearances, but you can have access to anybody that you like and pretend to appear like that in a virtual world.

Likewise, you cannot be in the world, where there appear to be more than one because you are that which is one. But you can have access to such a world and pretend to be someone definitive there, which can be quite fun, as long as you remember it is about access and not owning.

The smartphone is a symbol of being connected and have access to everthing.

The smartphone is a symbol of being connected and having access to everything.

You have to own a smartphone or something similar to have access to the sharing economy and for example IoT. The smartphone is a symbol of having access and having access is a symbol of the oneness of life, because without that you would not have access to a world where there seems to be more than one.

Generation Y does not even care to own their thoughts, feelings and experiences. They share them all on the internet – and they happily give away all their private info in exchange for having access to the sharing economy, streaming music, movies and so on. If this seems natural to you, you are on the right track regarding the enlightenment of that which is one.

*) You can read about the enlightenment of that which is one in the below hacks:

Seeing symbols of non-duality in a world of duality

Even though the man in the hospital dress probably is in another state of mind than his family, who is visiting and though they appear to be very different it makes no difference, when all appearances are perceived to be symbols of that which is life. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

There is no life in the world where you experience to be, though that is what is making it possible to experience it – just like the electronic media being used to play a video game is not in the world of the game. Nothing in the game is real.

In Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings life is another word for that which is one, non-duality, spirit, formlessness or one perpetual present. Some may associate those words with god, but in the context of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, not a god or anything else is the source of life, as it is that which is one and since it takes more than one to make something life does not create anything. See also All experiences are equally unreal.

Just like the hack Pretending to be someone definitive the new one Seeing symbols of non-duality in a world of duality presents a way to undo the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one, while you still appear to be someone there. In other words, in the transition from appearing in a world where there seem to be more than one to the formlessness of which is one, you can have your cake and eat it too – you are in the world and not of it.

This hack starts off as a continuance of the previous hack Pretending to be someone definitive and then slowly evolves into seeing everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as a symbol of that which is one. Just like – within the context of such a world – you do not perceive the word wine as something you can drink but a symbol of it.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

There is no food in the menu card on the table, but there are symbols of it – and so the card is pointing towards food in the same way, as my non teachings are pointing towards life. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

There is no food in the menu card on the table. Yet there are symbols of it – and so the card is pointing towards food in the same way, as Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are pointing towards life – or rather that there is no life in a world where there seems to be more than one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

You cannot drink the word wine, but the four letters, added together in this way, may remind you of the taste of wine, even though there is no wine in the letters. The word wine of course only triggers an actual memory of wine, if you have ever had what it symbolises – otherwise it will just trigger speculations. Likewise, if you know the formlessness of life, every form in the world, even though there is no life in them, symbolises it. But if you do not know life, every form in the world will trigger speculations.

The word wine is a construction of letters made to symbolise the experience of wine. Likewise the world – including astral planes and whatnot – is a construction of thoughts, that symbolises life. It is not in the symbols and that is why you cannot drink life in the world. Neither can you see, hear or feel it, but if life is what you want you will perceive everything in the world as symbols of it.

The experience of something tangible is an imagination based on the belief, that if you feel something it is real, but as there is no more than that which is one and it it requires more than one to feel something, what you appear to feel is an illusion. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Someone who is to be compared to  the enlightenment of that which is one has vague memories of the oneness of life and due to those the apparent differences in the world does not make a difference, which means a world of separation becomes a symbol of that which cannot be separated, namely the oneness of life. But without the enlightenment of that which is one, you cannot practically know, there is no more than that which is one, so that is a matter of belief.

It is, however, also a matter of belief, that a world where there seems to be more than one is real. According to scientists it is nothing but empty space, so to experience something tangible there is make-believe.

You can only know the formlessness of life, when not believing to someone definitive – and not being someone there is nobody to know it. No worries. Life is the formlessness of that which is one, and as formlessness is endless it is everything. Hence there is nothing to know because that requires more than one.

But while you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, you can know that such a world is not life but symbols of it, and when the world becomes symbolic, it does not seem to be opaque and so there is nothing that appears to hide that which is life.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Life has no future, it is one perpetual present.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Even though these two cats appear to be very different, this is only possible to observe due to life, so if you do not look for appearance but content, their difference makes no difference, because they and everything in the image symbolises the same, namely the life that makes it possible to experience it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If the world experienced on the screen of a smart media is out of focus, you may suddenly be more aware of the smart media itself. Without it, you cannot participate in the world that appears to be its screen. Though it is not in that world you could say, that everything in it is symbols of that which makes it possible to appear, namely the smart media.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The world you experience lives through you, so when you die, it dies as well. No worries. If you want, you can bring it all with you – not as the world was experienced though, but as the spark of life, that was used to illuminate your experience of it. In other words, if you bring your perception of the world with you, it will not remain like that, but as that which made it possible to have this perception, namely that which is life.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When you do not want anything, fear is gone. Fear is related to wanting and hoping. Being afraid of not getting what you want and being afraid of losing it, if you get it. So if you do not want anything, you are free. This does not mean, that you should avoid wanting to see your children for example, but it means, you are not attached to any specific outcome of wanting or hoping for something, because whatever the outcome is, it is a symbol of that which is life. If you out of old habits still are attached to the outcome, it is not a problem, because attachment is also a symbol of that which is life.

Whatever you think, feel or do or not think, feel or do, are a nothing but a symbol of that which is life.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

No appearances last, but that which makes it possible to experience them never ends. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

In dreams, persons and events are normally experienced to be very real, though everything there is an illusion, and you are not in the world of it but in your bed.

Every appearance in a dream seems to have a personality, but that is all they have. There is nothing inside. No self or soul, and no god or anything else to guide them. Nothing can be learned in a dream since it is an illusion. For the same reason, there is nothing to learn or transform. What seems to be ´there´ is all gone, when a dream is over.

Likewise, the formlessness of that which is you is not in a world defined by time and space, though you appear to be someone definitive there.

That which is real is the reason, that what is not real can be perceived as if it is.

Since you experience to be reading this you believe to be someone in the dream called The World,  Even though the dream is lifeless, you can only experience to be ´there´ because of life, so all you can realise is that you are nothing and that which is making the dream possible is everything.

So where is life? Nowhere, because it requires more than one to be somewhere, and life is the formlessness of that which is one. Fortunately, there is no difference between that which is you and that which is life.

There is no awakening from the dream called The World because that which is you is not there.

But while you appear to be in a world without life, you can perceive all the appearances there as symbols of that which makes it possible to experience them, namely that which is life, and so the apparent differences of the appearances do not make a difference, which means your appearance fades out – and without it there is nothing to hide there is no difference between that which is you and the oneness of life.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

It makes no sense chasing appearances, when what you want you get from life and life only.

It makes no sense chasing appearances when what you want is the connectedness with life and life only. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

When you see life as the source of all experiences, they basically become the same, so it makes no difference whether you experience to be alone or not. Actually, the need to meet with other others is replaced with the need to have a connection with life. This replacement is deeply relaxing but also filled with the sorrow of losing the excitement of chasing selected appearances.

Fortunately, life is also the source of feeling loss, so accepting this feeling and life as the source of being able to experience it, you know appearances leads nowhere, and the source of them – that which is life – leads everywhere.

Everywhere cannot be defined, and so following life, you cannot be defined. Consequently, you are not a person to be defined by time and space. What you appear to be you do not know, neither do you care, because you know it makes no sense chasing appearances.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

If you acknowledge the oneness of life as the sole cause of all experiences, they are all a symbol of the same life, so no matter the experience – so-called positive or negative – the apparent difference does not make a difference. The past, now and tomorrow is the same, when experienced as symbols of the oneness of life.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

In that which is life, there is nothing to wait for, because whatever seems to appear is that which is life.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

There is no life in the world, yet it is nothing but symbols of it.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The sun can only make the skin brown to the extent it is pigmented for it. In other words, what the sun gives you or shares with you, you already have. If not, the sun cannot share it with you. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

When you think, that you are sending love to someone, what you are sending is rather the message, that you have something, the other does not have. This is not to unite but to differentiate. Your apparently good intention of sharing therefore just disguises, that you are enhancing the belief in separation in order to appear better than the other one.

It is not the union of love but the hatred of separation that is shared, when one believes to give more love than the other.

You can only share with others, what they already have. Like the sun can only share its ability to make your skin brown to the extent, that your body is pigmented in regards to receiving the sun.

What is to be defined by time and space is lifeless, because that which is life is formless. Consequently, there is no life in the world defined by time and space. Such a world is rather to be compared to a dream. Nothing in a dream, however, is possible to experience without the dreamer, so although the dreamer is not there and nothing is real, everything is a symbol of that which is, namely the dreamer. Likewise, everything in a world defined by time and space is a symbol of what makes it possible to experience such a world, namely the oneness of life.

In other words, everything in a world defined by time and space are symbols of the oneness of life, so if that is how you perceive the appearance of yourself and everything else experience to be there, you can share everything with everything, as when everything is perceived as symbols of the oneness of life their apparent difference does not make a difference.

Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation

There is no petrol stations in the game of Monopoly, so it is quite unrealistic to drive around there. Yet it can be quite fun choosing to pretend to be in a make-believe world, when you know, it is not real.

There is no petrol stations in the game of Monopoly, so it is quite unrealistic to drive around there. Yet it can be much fun pretending to be in a make-believe world when you know, it is not real. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
You are too big to drive a car in Monopoly.
Besides that, it has no steering wheel, the wheels cannot move and the car has no petrol or any other things to make it drive. But it does not matter, because it is all make-believe when you choose to have fun pretending to be driving in a specific coloured car in the world of Monopoly.

You cannot choose* to pretend to be that which is real, because it is that which is you. But you can choose to pretend to be that which is not real and appear as one of many in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one** can be compared to looking through a keyhole to that which is real is. Bidding welcome the glimpses of enlightenment cannot be pretended, because it is not of a world where there seems to be more than one. You can compare glimpses of enlightenment to a video call to oneness. The call is from that which is not you to that which is you, and as that cannot be seen, the screen is filled with non-definable visions of light.

But that which is real is not just light. Actually, it is not light, although it seems like that in the video call. That which is real is one perpetual present without time and dimensions. As it is formless it cannot be described, neither experienced – nor is there any room for you as long as you believe to be someone definitive. There is literally nothing in that which is one. Yet that is everything because what is formless is endless.

In a world where there seems to be more than one, you are not everything. You are separated from what you experience to be there, which is an illusion, as there is no more that which is one. In other words, separation is not possible, but it seems possible to pretend that it is.

If you as someone appearing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one choose to include everything as it is, you also included, what you excluded, namely that you are that which is one – and so having excluded it become a confirmation of it. You can read more about inclusiveness in hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is pure bliss.

So if you pretend to be, that you are not that which is one but a person in a world where there seems to be more than one, you are still that which is one and only appear to be a person in such a world. In other words: Wholly pretending to be that which is not one, namely a person in a world where there seems to be more than one, establish you like that which is one. Partly pretending will not make it, because you cannot partly be that which is one – it formless and cannot be broken or divided.

Watching part of the evening movie on the sky outside my door in my former house.

Alexius is watching part of the evening movie in the sky outside the door in his former house. Sometimes he follows it to the end and sometimes not. It really does not matter, because every part of it is a symbol of that which makes it possible to experience it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 2:
When you know that which is you is not incomplete, you do not need to watch a whole movie or have whole intercourse or to complete anything at all, because all experiences symbolise that which is whole.

No experience in a world of duality though is whole, except in the sense that it is a complete illusion. Knowing that, you also know that you as the experiencer is also a whole illusion – and what the fuck then does it matter, if you experience an illusion to the end or not.

That being said, while one appears to be in an illusion, it is best to fully pretend to be there. It is an even bigger illusion to think, that you are at one with everybody there. It is an experience based on the judgment that there are others to be at one with, so you are acknowledging separation and not oneness. Hence you confirm duality while fooling yourself into believing you are detached from it – instead of enjoying the game of duality.

In this game, there appears to be a loss, but it is just like playing Monopoly, where no matter how much you appear to lose, nothing has been lost. It is not possible, but pretending that it is can be quite fun – just like it is exciting to pretend, that it is dangerous going down the hill in a rollercoaster.

To do the whole trip might be even more exciting. That is if every part of it is perceived as if it is a symbol of the wholeness of that which is one.

To be happy in the world or to experience happiness there. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

You cannot be happy in a game like Monopoly, because you are not there. Yet you can experience to be happy there. The same applies to a world of duality. That which is you is non-dual so you cannot be there. But you can pretend that you are. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 3: You can only be desperate if you believe you are someone in a capsule of time and space. This applies to be happy and whatnot as well. But if you do not believe to be there, experiences of desperation or happiness will not make you desperate or happy – just like losing money in a game as for example Monopoly will not really make you poor.

It really does not matter, if you experience this or that while pretending to be a car in Monopoly. You are not the car. You are not in Monopoly at all. It is not possible. Yet it is possible to pretend to be there, so the ups and downs – from experiencing happiness to experiencing desperation – can be explored.

But if you believe to be there, you feel as if you are desperate or happy instead of just experiencing it.

You may ask how to pretend? No need. You already know. You are already pretending. You have just forgotten it. Here is an example that is taken from the tv-show The Big Bang Theory:

»When did you guys start feeling grown up?«

»Honestly, I thought when I got married I would, but I still kinda feel like I´m pretending.«

If you are do not try to fool yourself, you will see, that not only feeling grown-up is something you pretend to be. Also being a parent, a teacher or whatever you appear to be in the world is something you pretend after having played it out in your mind.

Pretending to be someone in the world, you are free, because what you pretend to be, you are not.

Consequently, you are not a person in the world, so you are free from being desperate, happy and whatnot. Yet while pretending to be a someone in the world, you are free to experience desperation, happiness and whatnot.

Even though a lotus flower is nourished by the mud, it is not of it but effortlessly shines regardless of where it appears to be. The image is grabbed from the web.

Even though a lotus flower is rooted in the mud and is nourished by it, its brightness is not of it. The image is grabbed from the web.

PART 4:
Why do so few live effortlessly, when they say that is what they want to do?

Because it is not something, you can do. To live effortlessly, you do not do anything, but something is done through you. This cannot work if you want it, as to want something is already an effort!

But you can want not to make an effort, which of course also is an effort, but the result of it is that they are no more efforts … and so you are effortlessly appearing as a person in a world where there seems to be more than one – just like you within the context of such a world effortlessly appear to be in a video game. In other words, when you pretend to be in the world, you appear to be there but are not of it.

*) Suggesting to choose is, of course, an illusion. You are that which is one, and choosing requires more than one  – but in a world where there seems to be more than one, it may be a beneficial illusion.

**) You can read about the enlightenment of that which is one and glimpses of it in hack #5-7.3 The inner senses, the enlightenment of that which is one and glimpses of it.

NOTE: This article is part of hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation.

Only by pretending can you appear to be what and where, you are not

In Spain – like in any other country – you spend a long time learning the rules of interacting, so that you can pretend to be a person there and therefore be acknowledge to be real. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

In Spain – like in any other country – you spend a long time learning the rules of interacting so that you know how to act as if you are a Spanish person and therefore are acknowledged by others as somebody instead of nobody. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 2:
It takes time to learn to pretend to be a specific person. When Alexius was a child, he learned how to pretend to be a Danish person in a cold climate. Nowadays he is learning how to pretend to be a Spanish person in a warm climate because that is where he appears to be.

So he is learning to pretend to be a person who speaks loud, shouts at waiters, enjoys having breakfast in a bar around 11AM, thinks 8PM is too early for dinner and does not say ´thank you´. Also, he is learning to pretend to be a person who greets a woman by kissing them on both cheeks and who is not politically correct by saying nigger and mixing things in non-established ways.

These are some of the very important things, that seems to defines a Spanish person in the public room – at least as seen from the perspective of someone formerly conditioned to be a Danish person.

Suffice to say is that every country has its own definition of how to be somebody in their part of the world, so wherever you appear to be, you must pretend to be someone who is in accordance with the local rules if you want to be acknowledged as if you are somebody there.

This also applies to smaller groups of people – even in a love relation, where the amount of love you seem to get depends on how good you are in pretending to be and have what the other one needs.

Whatever you choose pretending to be and have does not matter, because what you pretend to be and have is not real.

It is not possible for that which is you to feel happy or sad because it takes more than one to feel something and that which is you is no different from that which is one. Appearing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one it is, however, possible to feel happy or sad. Fortunately, the apparent difference between these or any other feelings does not make a difference, when the person who appears to feel them is a person you pretend to be. Selfie © Alexius Jorgensen.

Pretending to be someone definitive instead of believing to be one does not mean, that everything will work out for in the way that you expect. But it means, that when something does not work out as expected and a feeling of sadness passes by, it is not a problem that needs to be fixed, because you know it is just the person you pretend to be, who is sad. That which is you is not sad. Neither anything else, because it is no different from that which is one, and it takes more than one to feel anything.

If you, on the other hand, believe to be a specific kind of person, for example, a Danish one, you will judge many things to be wrong in the Spanish persons and feel that they and not you must change. Hence you may choose to reside in communities of Danish people there. This is not a possibility for Alexius though, because he is the only one in the Spanish area where he appears to be, who has formerly been conditioned as a Danish person.

Alexius pretends to be a non-teacher as well as a non student.

Fortunately, it is not a problem, because to him it is fun pretending to be someone he is not, so it does not matter, if he must pretend to be Danish or Spanish and what and how feelings seem to manifest.

You cannot know, how come the person in this image is wearing a t-shirt saying ´I am a screamer´. She might not even know herself. Maybe she imagine, it will make her look cool, and maybe you imagine something else. To make long short: The cause is imagined. Hence there is no real effect. It is also imagined – and so is the whole world, regardless you if you are imagining it to have a so-called spiritual or mundane cause. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 2:
The idea behind Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings is, that the world is not real, and as you are that which is real, you can not be in an unreal world. So if you believe to be a person there, you are stuck in a capsule of time and space, where everything – also believing to be energy or something spiritual – has a beginning and an end. If you, on the other hand, do not believe to be there, you know what and where you are not. Knowing that, you pretend to be what you are not, and so what you appear to be, does not seem to hide that which is you.

An effect needs a cause for it to be an effect. If there is no real cause, there cannot be a real effect.

How can you know, you pretend to be in the world?
One way to know, that you pretend to be in the world, is to look at the cause of the actions of for example your boss, spouse or cat. You cannot see what is causing their actions. Even if they tell, you cannot know if they are making it up. Hence you can only ´know´, what caused their actions, by imagining it. And as only what is not real, needs to be imagined, the cause is not real, so the action it seems to cause is an illusion.

In other words: If the cause is imagined, so is the effect and vice versa. And as nobody knows the cause of the world it is an imagination, that it is there. The same applies to you as a person in it.

The breath and the effect of it going in and out of a body is imagined. You are that which is one, and it takes more than one to be or have a body.

To make long short: If you are real, you cannot be in the world, as what is real cannot be part of what is not real. However, you can pretend to be part of it.

For more about cause and effect see the hack No Cause = No Effect = No Karma in Extra Duality Hacks.

They want to avoid embracing their own self hatred.

It is not integration with the world that will make you complete but disintegration from the self, you have constructed and hate for all its imperfection and lack of control. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 3:
Those considering themselves to be spiritual like to tell others, that they should be more integrated with nature and mother earth. But just like it is not possible to integrate anything of the virtual world in a game like Super Mario – apart from your perception of it – it is not possible to integrate the elements in a world of duality apart except your perception of it … and perceptions are not lasting.

You cannot be in a virtual world, but you can pretend to be there
As someone in a world of duality, you cannot be part of nature or anything else, as there is no duality without separation. A person is just as separated from nature as from a television show. This includes those talking about integration with nature and whatnot because the nature of duality is separation.

But they feel guilty about not being able to live their own ideas and instead of facing the illusionary nature of their dreamy concepts, they want to make somebody else pay for their failure by making them guilty of not being integrated with the beauty of nature. They write books and arrange seminars to teach others to be integrated with the now, the nature, love and whatnot for no other reason than to avoid embracing their own self-hatred.

The cover-up of self-hatred is one of the main motivators of the world. You think, that there is a self but it is just an idea you have spent years of hard work to establish. Unfortunately, it has not resulted in a self, you can love, so you hate, what you have made yourself to be. You try to improve it by integrating it with this or that or simplify it through meditation hoping you will get better tomorrow. But nothing works, and the reason is simple. There is no self, no soul, no mind, no ego, no person and no tomorrow. Just like there is no Super Mario to improve and no tomorrow for him.

Disintegration sets you free
Integration will never work, but disintegration will. The more you disintegrate from the world, the happier you will be. Disintegration sets you free to explore the world, as you see fit without any risk of losing anything because even though you appear to be there you are not of it.

PART 4:
If you have read Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings for some time, you may be aware, that the foundation of them is that the world of duality is an illusion. This means of course, that Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings also are illusionary, including the description of duality, non-duality and whatnot.

It is also an illusion that what you appear to be in a world of duality can be transformed or that there in any way is a way out of duality because if you are real, you are not there. But that something is real is an illusion as well, as real is defined by what is not real, and what is not real is an illusion.

Pretending to be in the comedy of duality, you are free to being wrapped up in any of its illusions, for example love, compassion, hope, sharing and whatnot, without childish ideas of changing it, or realising anything but that it is all an illusion.

You can, therefore, relax appearing to be in a world of duality. Nothing can hurt you. You are not there – just like in the context of the world you are not in a video game, that you are playing. You just pretend to be there so nothing in the game can hurt you.
