A reintroduction to the inward-facing senses, the enlightenment of that which is one and glimpses of it

As it takes more than one to have a vision, no matter how impressive your inner visions of light seems to be, they are not the enlightenment of that which is one but glimpses of it. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The world of the outward-facing senses is experienced via seeing, hearing, feeling and tasting/smelling it. But if those senses are turned inwards instead, the enlightenment of that which is one is revealed through seeing, hearing, feeling or tasting/smelling it.

And then again, it is not exactly like this because the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be experienced since it takes more than one to be aware of something.

Someone, who believes to be definable, cannot gracefully fall through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one. Yet someone who believes to be definable can learn how to have this belief undone.

Yet bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one is something that can be experienced via seeing, hearing, feeling or tasting/smelling it. This is not the enlightenment of that which is one though but glimpses of it, which come through a hole that sometimes seems to be black and other times full of lucid. Having visual glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one can be an experience of travelling through lucid worlds with ever-changing flashes of light. When those flashes of light are not perceived to differ from each other, there is no separation to define you as someone definitive anymore.

When you play a game, you may forget where you actually are. One way to remember it is to undo the knowledge of what and where you appear to be. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As that means there is nobody experiencing anything, there is not someone to fight that the construction of thoughts which seem to have replaced the formlessness of that which is one with someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one is abruptly extracted by an exceptionally bright white light, that the glimpses have turned into without you being aware of it, as none of this is not happening in linear time but in one perpetual present.

In other words, everything you ever believed to be and have is gone without you knowing it or having any memory of having believed to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. Hence there is nothing to gracefully fall through the hole that is no more because there is no experience to hide that which always has been and always will be, since it is formless and therefore endless, namely that which is one.

Most people, however, work against the flow of enlightenment, which is done by defining what there seems to be to see, hear, feel or taste as something similar to past experiences so that the enlightenment of that which is one is fragmented into more than one, wherefore the belief in being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is not undone.

And as the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be bid welcome without having this belief undone for just one moment, you only had glimpses of it, and therefore do not know what it is.

If you for a moment forget what and where you appear to be, there is not someone hiding the enlightenment of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As the enlightenment of that which is one is not of a world where there seems to be more than one, someone believing to be there cannot be enlightened. But if you for a moment forget what and where you are you are, there is not a world where there seems to be more than one to hide the enlightenment of that which is one.

Returning from the enlightenment of that which is one as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, you are not enlightened, because enlightenment is not something definitive. Yet, there are vague memories of the enlightenment of that which is one, so you are to be compared to it.

This, however, would have been the same result if the belief in being someone definitive momentarily had been undone because then there is not someone to know the enlightenment of that which is one. In other words, what you believe to be can never be enlightened. Yet it is possible to momentarily forget what and where you are, so there is nothing for the enlightenment of that which is one to gracefully carry through a hole that is not there into the formlessness of that which is one.

Since what you believe to be, therefore, has not been enlightened, you appear to be the same if going back to the experience of being in a world where there seems to be more than one. However, due to vague memories of that which is one, you do not believe this experience is real. Hence you are to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

A glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one is comparable to a movie trailer, which is just a glimpse of a whole movie, and therefore not to be confused with the whole one.

To round off, as the enlightenment of that which is one has no beginning and end, someone definitive cannot experience it. But glimpses of it – for example travelling through lucid worlds of light – has a beginning and an end. If you seem to see an E here, you are using the E, you have made in your mind, to hide all the empty space.

If you seem to see an ‘E’ here, you are focusing on seeing something recognisable so that you can hide the empty space by imagining there is something there. The empty space is not the formlessness of that which is one, but when you do not imagine a world defined by time and space to be there, no elements of matter are experienced to hide the formlessness of oneness. Partial devotion to the inward-facing senses results in glimpses of enlightenment
To experience that you are someone substantial in a world defined by time and space, constant focus on something specific is required for the outward-facing senses to fabricate the depth needed to make the experience appear dimensional. Otherwise, the outer senses cannot build this illusion.

So the more you defocus, the more the definable world of the outward-facing senses is complemented with the abstract world of the inward-facing senses, where you are bid welcome by glimpses of light if you are visual-minded, ethereal music if you are auditory minded, and the taste or feeling of that which is one in case you are emotional minded.

The purpose of the inward-facing senses and their glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one is to attract you to such an extent that you cannot help yourself but have them undo the belief that it is possible to be someone definitive, even though it means the end of what you believe to be – just like a moth cannot help but to follow its attraction to the flame, even though it is gonna be the end of it.

The idea of mixing something is based on the belief in separation, so do not try to mix glimpses of light with glimpses of ethereal music, for example, as this will imply they are separated. Just welcome whatever glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one that seems to come your way. Never try to hang onto a glimpse or to have it repeated. If it changes into another aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one, go with that.

What you believe to be is a hallucination, that seems to cover the enlightenment of that which is one – also if you believe to be spiritual, because any belief requires more than one.

These glimpses, as already noted, are not the enlightenment of that which is one, as it has no room for someone being conscious of something since that requires more than one. This does not mean that the person you believe to be is replaced by the enlightenment of that which is one, but that whatever you believe to be is an illusion.

The healing of the body caused by partly being devoted to the inward-facing senses is just a side effect, that helps you not to care about physicality and its inevitable end.

The inward-facing senses and the body
Devotion to the inward-facing senses will heal your body if that is not the purpose of it. It may not include genetically caused diseases, though. But as devotion to the inward-facing senses calms the body, a genetically created condition will not seem to generate fear, which otherwise may further damage the body if projected upon it (see hack #4.3 The toxic mix of physical and non-physical issues).

When, however, the body’s wellbeing is the purpose of devoting yourself to the inward-facing senses, you cannot be attentive to the world of the inward-facing senses since that requires having no specific focus, so the world of the inward-facing senses fades out without you even noticing it. Thus the body is not being nurtured by it.

Total devotion to the inward-facing senses bids welcome the enlightenment of that which is one
Complete devotion to the inward-facing senses bids welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, that right away erases all memories of you being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. As you are not there anymore, there is nobody to know how long time this takes. But most of all, because the enlightenment of that which is one is not a process but one perpetual present.

At first, however, it may seem to be a process, and as long as that is the case, the brain that produced the experiences of you as someone definitive is not dead, so it can be rebooted and again make these experiences. But since it takes more than one to be anything, they cannot contain the enlightenment of that which is one. So although you are to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, you look like you used to be.

But as soon as the enlightenment of that which is one does not seem to be a process, which in the concept of time happens in is less than a minute, the brain cannot be rebooted, and therefore not produce the experience of you as a substantial being in a tangible world, wherefore there is nothing to hide that which always has been and always will be you, namely the formlessness of oneness. There is, of course, nobody to be aware of this since it takes more than one to be conscious of something.

The appearance of you as someone in a world, where there seems to be more than one, is a fabrication constructed from thoughts, where some are chosen to be included, as if they are that which is you, and others are excluded, as if they are not you but somebody else. By not excluding specific thoughts but including them all, you become everything and you also lose the appearance of being someone specific, because there are no excluded thoughts to define you as someone definitive. In other words, inclusion excludes what is not real, so there is nothing but the formlessness of that which is you. Enlightenment of that which is one does the same, and so do the other ´ways´ suggested in my non teachings. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Your appearance as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is a fabrication of thoughts. The ones you judge as good are chosen to be included, and those regarded as badare excluded. The excluded ones produce what you consider others to be and what you are not, so if no thoughts are excluded, there is nobody to define you as separate from others. Inclusion, therefore, excludes what is not real, namely separation, so that there is not something to hide there is no more than that which is one. Bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one has the same result, and so does the implementation of the other ‘ways’ of coming back to that which is one suggested in Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings.

Is the enlightenment of that which is one required to have the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one undone?
The enlightenment of that which is one can be said to be the last step to the formlessness of oneness. Still, as formlessness is endless, you have never left it, so there is no step back to it, and therefore no need to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one in any one of its aspects or to have glimpses of it*.

Neither do you have to be connected with the empty breath or devote yourself to the inward-facing senses to have the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one undone. It can be undone while enjoying the world of the outward-facing senses. In the below box, there are some suggestions on how to do this:

The more you perceive the apparent differences in the world of the outward-facing senses to not make a difference, the more the outward-facing senses function as a set-off to that which is one (hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is completeness).

The same applies to pretending to be someone definitive (hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation or seeing symbols of life in the world (hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life).

And it also applies to being alone together, which does not mean that you are together with one or more who also are alone, but that you are alone together with your fantasy of a world where there seems to be more than one, no matter how many there seem to be around you (hack #7 ´Alone together´ is the key to that which is one).

But you do not even need Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings to have this belief undone. All that is necessary is not remembering what and where you are since that means there is no belief in being someone definitive that appears to hide the formlessness of that which is one.


There is no experience of love without the experience of hate, because you cannot know one without the other. Multitasking allows you to experience both emotions simultaneously, and so hate is as blissful as love. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The reason that so many avoid multitasking is that multitasking leaves them with no time to suppress anger and other feelings, that destroys the perfect image of themselves as somebody at peace, full of love and whatnot.

What they do not know, when keeping specific feelings hidden – hate for example – is that they diminish the experience of their contrasts – in this case love – because you cannot have one without the other.

Least of all do they know that when both sides of a contrast are equally acknowledge, their apparent difference makes no difference. Thus it is just as blissful loving somebody as to hate them.

Be aware though, that to be in the bliss of indifference, instead of the consciousness of being someone definitive, you must be willing to be nobody.

Here the world of the inner senses are about to shift to bright white light, which is gonna extract all the info you have collected in order to appear as somebody and leave it at the edge at a black hole so that there is nobody to fall into the nothingness of that which is one. This is not compatible with appearing in a world, where there seems to be more than one, so if that is what you want, you better make sure the info making up your personality is not extracted or you know where to find it again. This image could be illustrating the last glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one before you give up seeing something specific. There is an abrupt shift to the enlightenment of that which is one that extracts all the info you have collected to appear as someone definitive and leave it at the edge of what seems to be a black hole so that nothing is falling through it and gracefully float into the formlessness of that which is one. You do not know how fast this is happening because you are no more and have no conscious of ever having been anybody, because there is nothing but that which is one. This is not compatible with appearing as someone definitive in a world defined by time and space, so if that is what you want, you better make sure that the info making up your appearance as someone definitive is not extracted – or that you know how to find it again – which is simply is to go with the flow of fear. And yes, there is also fear in that which is one. No worries. It cannot be experienced there. That is not possible since it would require more than one. It is, however, possible to imagine there is more than one, and going with the fear that this entails, you seem to leave it and instead be part of a world defined by time and space. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Multitasking the inner and outward-facing senses
Much devotion to the world of the inward-facing senses may space you out regarding the present moment in the world of the outward-facing senses. Yet, if you do not have to be present there, you just go with the flow of the inward-facing senses, as if the world outside of you stands still.

But if you want to go on appearing as someone special in a world where there seems to be more than one, it is, of course, best to totally focus on the world of the outward-facing senses so that the abstractness of the inner world does not interfere with your plans for having more money, power, love, life, energy and whatnot.

However, should you become tired of the race for more, you multitask between the inner and outward-facing senses so that being loaded with glimpses of enlightenment in the world of the inward-facing senses makes you indifferent to the constant demand for more in the world of the outward-facing senses.

If you do not want the belief in being someone definitive to be abruptly undone by the enlightenment of that which is one, multitasking between the inner and outward-facing senses could be your approach, as that allows you to have this belief undone in a pleasant pace while having a good time pretending to be what you are not.

Multitasking is said to disturb the brain so that it is harder for it to focus on something specific. That is why it is beneficial in regard to having the belief in being someone definitive undone  – especially the multitasking of the inner and outward-facing senses, which happens all by itself when connected with the empty breath.

When you are multitasking the world of the inner and outward-facing senses with the help of the empty breath thoughts are not considered to be yours, so nobody is going anywhere, even though it may appear so.

The empty breath automatically syncs the outer and the inward-facing senses so that everything feels just okay. Nothing is wrong or missing. This is not the purpose of the empty breath, though. Its purpose is to undo the belief in being definitive, but this is a lot easier not fighting to survive as someone definitive. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The empty breath automatically syncs the inner and outward-facing senses
Those not connected with the empty breath are often tempted to skip the part of having the belief in being someone specific undone and instead use their own special blend of the outer and inward-facing senses as the means to fabricate their particular version of paradise.

The purpose of this often is to establish themselves as spiritual helpers. Still, as there only is somebody to help, when you believe in separation, your so-called compassion and help enhance the suffering that this belief entails (see the article Coming from the heart is a denial of that which is one). Besides, there is no paradise without hell since a world where there seems to be more than one can only be experienced through contrasts.

It is common to think, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Yet you do not appear as someone specific in a world where there seem to be more than one to find more, but to see there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one.

So instead of using the glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one to establish an image of yourself as a new messiah full of love and light, use them to expose the frustration coming from the belief in being someone definitive so that its unedited energy can be used to ignite a take-off into the empty breath.

The moment you have no need give or receive help or support, the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one is undone.

As the inward-facing senses operate on very high-frequency, speedy thoughts and feelings seem to rest there. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The connection with the empty breath automatically syncs the outer and inward-facing senses. As the latter operate at an extremely high frequency, the wild speculations in the low-frequency world of the outward-facing senses do not seem to cause confusion but relaxation. So the apparent differences of the world experienced with the outward-facing senses slowly cease to make a difference. Thus the foundation for the belief in separation fades out. And so there is nobody to imagine that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

Following the guidance of the empty breath you are automatically multitasking, because it does not know the concept of focusing on something specific. So when you are do not feel the empty breath multitasking connects you with it.

A perfect moment turns into a state of not-knowing
Since there is no sense of anything having a beginning or end, it may last longer than the idea of now, which is a concept of something in between the past and the future. In other words, the idea of now is based on excluding the past and the future, whereas a perfect moment includes everything. Read more about that in hack #3.1 Every moment is the perfect moment.

When differences are not perceived to make a difference, the foundation for the belief in separation is gone. So everything outside of you is inside of you, where is nothing since without an outside, there is no inside. In other words, if you do not return from this state of not-knowing to a world where there seems to be more than one, there is nothing to hide there is no more than that which is one. Hence it makes no difference if there are thoughts about the past, the future or anything else. Actually, the most distinctive feature of a perfect moment is that the apparent differences of thoughts are not perceived to make a difference. That is why it does not matter if you judge something.

Since differences are not perceived to make a difference in a perfect moment, nobody cares if the bliss of it should differ from a state of not-knowing.

A perfect moment is brought about by any duality hack except for the enlightenment of that which is one, as that is not a state of mind since it takes more than one to be in a state. It is also the after-effect of a state of not-knowing.

Be happy if you cannot overcome the hopelessness that seems to blow you away when having left a state of not-knowing, because when you are blown away a state of not-knowing returns.

Being alone together is based on the realisation that the power behind every experience you seem to have is you. Just like every appearance in a dream is both empowered and interpreted by the dreamer. The animation is grabbed from Ello.

Alone together
Since the apparent differences in what is usually perceived to be a world outside of you are not perceived to make a difference when in a state of not-knowing and as that applies to whatever seems to be inside of what is typically believed to be you, inside and outside is the same – or rather there is no inside and outside or any other contrasts to define you as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

You are alone together, having a fantasy about being someone special in a world where there seems to be more than one. But no matter what appears to be happening in that fantasy, you are not in it – just like within the context of this fantasy, a dreamer is not in its dream, although the dream is in the dreamer.

You cannot know this before you have left a state of not-knowing, and memories start popping up of how blissful it is to not believe you are someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

There may also be memories of the transition, which can be quite claustrophobic, as there is nobody to project your troubles and sorrows on since there is nothing but the tight unit of you. But as soon as you start feeling the peace that comes from not feeling disturbed by anybody, this unit is not tight anymore. Actually, it is not there at all, because you do not believe to be someone definitive.

When the apparent differences of a world where there seems to be more than one are not perceived to make a difference, you are not separated from what you experience to be a world outside of you. In other words, you are alone together with your experience of a world where there seems to be more than one – and since this is how you imagine having left the formlessness of oneness, you can reverse this and return to that which you never left, since formlessness is endless. As you may already have read, you got to leave a state of not-knowing pretty soon if you want to remain as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. Neither can you stay in this state if you do not wish to return to the fantasy of being someone definitive but to the formlessness of oneness, as being in any kind of state requires more than one.

Staying true to being alone together, this is not a dilemma, because from this follows, you never have been in a world where there seems to be more than one. On the contrary, like a dreamer, within the context of such a world, you are in your own bed, which, in this context, is a metaphor for that which is one. And since oneness is formless and therefore without beginning and end, you have never left it..

How to ignite a take-off into ´the empty breath´ (draft)

When not trying to make sense of this image but going with its absurdity, the free-flowing energy of the experience spontaneously ignites a take-off into the empty breath and its bliss of emptiness, provided there is a willingness to forget what you believe to be. If not perceiving what you read to be special, it cannot define you as unique. Thus there is not something special to obscure the bliss of nothing.

As soon as you have had enough of the frustration coming from the perception of being special and you do not try to edit or transform your feeling of desperation, the raw energy of it automatically ignites a take-off into the empty breath. Since it is nothing and your current experience of something is processed by the brain from what it did imagine to receive from a gap in nothing one second ago (read more about that here), the take-off into the empty breath only takes one second.

In other words, when you connect with the empty breath, you go one second back in linear time to the nothingness that is unprocessed into something by the brain.  From there, the brain´s rendering of nothing into a world of something looks the same, but it is not perceived to be something and therefore not confirming you to be someone. Hence you are in the bliss of nothing.

Every time you believe in fighting something, it is to prevent being nothing.

In linear time, it may take a few more seconds, or many years, before there is nothing but the bliss of emptiness because out of reflex you probably try to force the breath through the tensions in the body, instead of going with the flow of the empty breath. It may feel as if you are fighting with the empty breath about how to breathe.

This fight, however, is solely between what you perceive to be you and an intruder because the empty breath is not intruding on you. That is not possible. It does not see you as someone made of solid elements, but of emptiness just like itself. So when you stop fighting nothing, the empty breath goes through the tensions, caused by the thoughts and feelings you have excluded from your awareness by hiding them in the body, as they are nothing.

To get to this point, you must be willing to not stop the breath from going through the painful areas of the body. In this process, you may use professional healthcare services to relieve the body from spasms and headaches, for example, as the empty breath is not healing it – only the belief that there is someone in it.

What you believe in being is nothing twisted by the brain into someone experiencing something. In the presence of the empty breath, which is nothing that has not been processed into something, you become indifferent to the experience of something and thus of being someone. Having passed the apparent physical and emotional obstacles, you turn into nobody. It may at first feel like the empty breath sets off from an engine in the abdomen as if it is an inner breath that in a slow fashion pumps air from there to extract the body (read more about that here), whereafter it returns to the engine which seems to take its time before it pumps it out again without any concept of being inside and outside of a body.

Despite that this is nothing that extracts and contracts nothing, it is in a world where everything is experienced as something also experienced to be that. It might be experienced as if you having fun surfing yin-yang like waves in the rhythmic flow of the empty breath, or being everywhere and nowhere in the sound of it, or joyfully moving with the swing of it, or being still in the abstractness behind its rhythmic flow. Although it may have been unedited speed and chaos that connected you with the empty breath, it is not a speedy or chaotic affair being connected, but like you weightlessly walk on clouds. Think of being high up in the sky in an aeroplane. Although it was the speed that ignited the take-off and it must be maintained to keep you in the air, it is not the speed you feel but a laid-back experience of being in the clouds.

Regarding speed, whether connected with the empty breath or not, we are always moving extremely fast because the Earth and thus us as well is spinning at 1.000 miles an hour, if at the equator and a little less when north and south of it, and the entire planet is hurtling around the sun at 67.000 miles an hour. Having a static perception of ourselves, however, we do not feel the thrill of this but having a perception in sync with the brain (read more about that here), we feel it and can use it to ignite a take-off into the empty breath.

However, the ways described in this article and the other ones in hack #5.2 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing are generally not geared for the basic but special self. That is because most are drawn in by the excitement they imagine to get from being special, rather than the pure happiness, they automatically receive when being basic, because the latter will not make them essential in a world where being special, bitchy and having something extraordinary is the standard. If not focused but defocused, all the elements used to construct what you believe to be blur out. Hence they do not seem to be something, and you, therefore, not different from the nothingness where the empty breath resides. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

So although being special brings about stress and being basic results in relaxation, almost everybody does their best to establish themselves as somebody special in a mundane or so-called spiritual way. Thus hack #5.2 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing is mostly about using stress and speedy thoughts as a take-off into the empty breath. In regard to the basic self, it is not the stress of being somebody but the relaxation of being nobody, that ignites a take-off into the empty breath.

Let us imagine, you have covered your eyes by your hand, so you can indulge in daydreaming without being disturbed by the world outside of you. Though it feels great to have a fantasy of a better world, it also feels strange to be cut off from the actual world.

So when you want to see the world as it is and not as you imagine it could be, and you sense it is your own hand that stops you from doing so, you automatically remove it. Hence it is the built-up frustration and the realisation it is caused by your own hand, that makes you take it away so you can see the world as it is.

The process in the above box, generally speaking, resembles the way a take-off into the empty breath is ignited. The perception of the experiences you seem to have is believed to establish you as special and therefore to hide that it is a fantasy made from nothing.

This perception, which is to be compared to the hand in the above box, is made from selected thoughts organised into a spiritual or mundane vocabulary (read more about that here), that you share with like-minded ones to confirm each other as being special and not just a fantasy of the brain. You may not only sense the bare feet that have made the footprints in this photo but also the body they belong to. Yet there is no feet or entity in the image, and nobody makes footprints like those. When you have had enough of the confusion that comes from this perception, you loosen the grip on the selected thoughts, making it up. Thus you start to see that being special is a daydream. When you are fed up with that, your frustration ignites a take-off into the empty breath. In the connectedness with its nothingness, there is not somebody to perceive that what you experience makes you special or anything at all. This does not mean that you disappear but that you are not attributed with a specific meaning.

The empty breath cannot be experienced as something definitive because it resides in the nothingness unprocessed by the brain. Hence you do not  notice it when you want to experience something.

Since this is a state of not-knowing, there is no awareness of the bliss that nothing entails when not disguised as something. But memories of it pop up when you return to the conscious experience of being someone, which you must do latest 20 minutes, 45 at most, after entering a state of not-knowing, if you want to be able to go on as someone substantial in a tangible world. When returning from a state of not-knowing to the consciousness of being someone definitive, the slate has been wiped clean, so even though it feels like you just had a unique experience, you are nothing special. Instead, you are the basic self you always were supposed to be. Being that you are happy.

And this happiness does not come from what you experience to be and have but from being in sync with the brain (see hack #4.1 The basic self versus the special one), there is no need to perceive any experiences as something special. Thus they seem so unimportant, that, every now and then, there does not appear to be something to hide the bliss of nothing. In other words, you automatically and very quickly go back and forth between a state of not-knowing and the conscious experience of being someone. See To be nobody and yet somebody.

The connectedness with the empty breath does not come from meditating, chanting or any other technique of self-control, because control enhances the belief in being someone definitive. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Being a basic self is an after-effect of a state of not-knowing that may last from a few seconds to many years (read more about that here). Often though it is hastily overridden by the desire to be and have something special. No worries. The confusing energy that this entails is so powerful that it ignites a take-off into the empty breath, provided you are willing to not try to fence off the frustration by denying or indulging in sex or anything else.

In other words, when you are totally fed up with being controlled by the thoughts and feelings, you have sought out yourself to form a belief system of how to be special, you automatically leave it. Not in the sense that you give up, let be or surrender because that is based on being special. But in the sense that the unedited frustration ignites a take-off into the empty breath and in its nothingness there is not something to define you as special anymore.

Are you confused about how to connect with the empty breath? If so, do not try to clear up the turmoil but go with the flow of it, so its unedited energy can ignite a take-off into the empty breath. Be aware, though, that you will never know how to connect with the empty breath. It is not something but nothing, and you cannot know how to connect with nothing. But if you forget what and where you appear to be, you do not need to connect because then there does not appear to be something hiding that you are nothing.

The speed of unedited thoughts and feelings ignites a take-off into the bliss of nothing (DRAFT)

PART 1: UNEDITED SPEED BRINGS YOU INTO THE BLISS OF NOTHING
Oneness is contrary to the common belief, not the same as stillness but loudness. That is if the speed of it could be experienced. But that is not possible, because it requires more than one to experience something.

You could also say, the reason oneness cannot be experienced is that it is a movie (an analogue), that is played so fast that the individual frames of it cannot be seen because. The speed merges them into one. Hence it is not quietness but speediness that is the bedrock of that which is one.

In the context of this metaphor, a world where there seems to be more than one is a movie of oneness slowed down so much, that it seems to consists of frames divided by time and space.

Those insisting in oneness being stillness are those who want to take it slow, because that gives them time to feel they are in control.

It is, therefore, not calmness but speediness, that is needed to accelerate the slowed-down movie of oneness into its natural speed, which is so fast that nothing can be seen. Hence hack #5.2 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing is not about slowing down thoughts or stopping them but not holding them back so the speediness of them ignite a take-off into the empty breath. It syncs the speedy thoughts in the low-frequency world of the outward-facing senses with the high-frequency world of the inward-facing senses, so they can be further accelerated without you going insane in the world of the outward-facing senses.

Inevitable thoughts move so fast that there is no time to hold onto any of them to make you come out as someone definitive in the world of the outward-facing senses. Thus that world is perceived from the world of the inward-facing senses, where you are not someone definitive. Thus you are in a state of not-knowing, which is pure bliss.

If you remain in that state for more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, the speed of the thoughts become so fast that they merge into the enlightenment of that which is one, from where there is nothing to gently fall into the formlessness of oneness. See hack #6.1 From the inward-facing senses through a black hole into that which is one. Most, however, never enter a state of not-knowing and if they do they leave it after a few seconds or minutes. So we return to the subject of this hack, which is not that which is one but how to enjoy the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one while slowly but surely having it undone.

Since there is no more than that which is one, everything in a world where there seems to be more than one is absurd. That includes Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. For a take-off into the empty breath to work, you do not have to sit in special postures or do something extraordinary. There is one thing, though, you must do to make it work. You got to acknowledge the chaos of thoughts and feelings as they are experienced without analysing or trying to understand them, nor to shape them by a philosophical or religious system, because if editing, the speed of chaos is replaced by the numbness of order.

To not suppress the chaos through mental or meditative activity, but instead acknowledge it as it is, you do nothing other than to totally be it.* This is not only the take-off into the empty breath but also the destination because totally being something leaves nothing to contrast it. And as that does not leave behind anything to define you, you are in a state of not-knowing. Read more about that here.

In a state of not-knowing, the apparent difference between specific thoughts is not perceived to make a difference, neither is the supposed difference between what is presumed to be you and others. Thus there is nobody to be separated from somebody or at one with anybody – nor to experience the bliss that this entails.

But you do not know the bliss of that before you return to the conscious experience of being someone definitive and memories of it start popping up. You know, however, you are in a state of not-knowing when you do not care about what and where you appear to be.

When trying to control, change or stop thoughts and feelings, they are slowed down and therefore do not have the speed needed to ignite a take-off into the empty breath, where they lose their apparent meaning, since the empty breath is indifferent to differences. Consequently, they also lose their apparent power to define you as someone definitive.

Please be aware, that the above explanation of that which is one versus a world where there seems to be more than one is as absurd as any other explanation of this or anything else because it requires more than one to explain something and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

And as it also takes more than one to find something, there is neither truth, love, oneness or anything else to be found anywhere. Thus Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings do not reveal oneness, nor do they point to it, since that requires more than one. But they point to the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, as it is what seems to hide there never was or will be more than that which is one because it is formless and therefore endless.

If you do not like to feel you are an outsider, it is not solved by blaming others, but by only feeling that. As that means there is nothing to contrast what you feel, it cannot be defined. Hence there is nothing but the bliss of emptiness. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 2: COMPLETELY BEING SOMETHING UNVEILS THE BLISS OF NOTHING
Feeling wrong seems to go away when you complain about somebody because that makes them appear to be wrong and you to be right. But complaining about others to escape unwanted feelings in yourself is like covering them under the lid in a cooking pot. Sooner or later, the pressure of the suppressed emotions blows off the lid and steam of grievances shoot out.

Since the cooking pot in this metaphor is your body, the above is to say, that although complaining about somebody at first seems to make you feel better, the problem is not solved. It has just been buried inside your body from where it will come out in the open when the body expels the suppressed problem through physical disease. Whatever that is, you most likely blame it for having caused you to suffer, so you still can deny having an emotional problem.

You do not get rid of an emotional problem by suppressing but feeling it. This is not done by telling friends or a psychiatrist what you think that your problem is. Focusing on the cause displaces the feeling, and so does talking about it because that disassociate you from feeling it.

Totally being a feeling is as easy as being completely devoted to sex, for example. It does not mean, by the way, that you go deep down in the feeling. It is like going deep into a well. No reason to do that. It is the same water on the surface. In other words, totally being an emotion is to feel as it comes to you now.

So instead of sharing what you think you feel with somebody, feel it all by yourself until you are nothing but that, wherefore there is no feeling to contrast it and, therefore, not something to define you as having a problem or anything else. Consequently, you are in a state of not-knowing.

Contrasts are slowly but surely cancelled out in the indifference of the empty breath, including the contrast between life and death. This does not necessarily mean that the bodily symptom of the suppressed feeling magically vanishes. The body may still hurt. But since there is nobody to perceive this as something, it is, just like in a dream, nothing, which applies to everything else, so there is not something to be bothered by. Nor is there anybody to know the bliss that this entails before returning to the belief in being someone and blissful memories of not believing that start to surface.

Since these memories slowly by surely rubs off on your perception of what and where you appear to be as someone definitive, you do not need to avoid or hold onto any feeling to establish yourself as special. Consequently, the body is not used as a garbage bin for unwanted feelings, so it is not disturbed by immaterial matters and can take care of physical issues just like it was made to do. However, when it comes to viruses transferred from wild animals, for example HIV, Mers and COVID 19, and other sicknesses generated by the way of modern living, the body generally needs help from healthcare professionals.

To sum it up, acknowledging a feeling as something specific that you experience as someone definitive makes it possible to completely be what you feel. Being that and nothing else there is not something to contrast it, and therefore nothing to define what you are. Thus you enter a state of not-knowing. However, it is not before you leave it and return the belief in being someone definitive, that you remember, the bliss that comes from being indifferent to that.

You must leave a state of not-knowing after 20 minutes, 45 at most, at a time if you want to be able again to have a conscious experience of being someone definitive because the brain falls into a coma if there is not a continuous dialogue – internal or external – about something that seems to confirm you are someone definitive. So if you do not want the brain to fall into a coma, and you to disappear in the nothingness from where the experiences of what you believe to be is fabricated by the brain, you must return to the consciousness of being someone in a world of something by resuming your grievances about the world experienced to be outside of you, so you again are established to be separated from what you experience and thus to be someone definitive. Instead of returning from a state of not-knowing to the conscious experience of being someone definitive, you can totally forget about something, so there is nothing to be absorbed by the enlightenment of that which is one, so there is no consciousness, states of bliss or anything else that requires more than one.

Hence there is not something that seems to hide, there never was or will be nothing but that which is one. Read about the enlightenment of that which is one in HACK #6, The inward-facing senses, enlightenment, and glimpses of it. This does not only mean that the appearance of you as someone definitive is terminated, but that you have never existed, neither in a material or spiritual way, because it takes more than one to exist.

No reason to worry about accidentally and abruptly being terminated as someone in the enlightenment of that which is one, because in most cases the fear of it (read more about that here) or the urge to separate will set in before that, so you automatically fend off that which is one to appear as if you are someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Obviously, nor Alexius or anybody else has passed the point of no return in the enlightenment of that which is one because a world where there seems to be more than one is still experienced, and it only takes one to undo what is not one because there is no more than that which is one.

PART 3: THE RETURN FROM THE BLISS OF NOTHING TO THE HAPPINESS OF SOMETHING
When returning from a state of not-knowing to the consciousness of being someone, just like a criminal, you do not think in the categories of right or wrong. Unlike a criminal, however, you do not replace these categories with a calculation of what you can get away with it. You are aware that you do not choose what you do – only how you perceive it.

You do not get stressed from always having to avoid what you judge as negative, being angry for example, when perceiving everything as it is what it is. Read more about this perception in hack #4.2The brain´s script and how to perceive it to feel happy).

And since your perception always is that it is what it is, negative thoughts are just as welcome as positive ones. So is the empty breath. Most of this hack, however, presumes you do not perceive everything as it is what it is, but I know what it is. And as you have to exclude everything unknown from your awareness to uphold this perception, you are full of hidden thoughts and feelings which suppressed energy can be used to ignite a take-off into the empty breath.

If you have read HACK #4 When you begin to live by duality, it is going to end, you have probably grasped that you, in the terms of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, are the basic self when perceiving everything as ´it is what it is´ and the special self when perceiving it as ´I know what it is,´ which is to state you know better than the brain and have established yourself as more unique than the basic self – or in the process of accomplishing it.

Being in sync with the brain, there is nothing to disturb you from falling into a state of not-knowing.

Since the basic self is in sync with the brain, it feels the happiness of something contrary to the special self which is out of sync and thus gets the sadness of something. They are equally illusionary, though, but it does not seem so dangerous to have that exposed when being a basic and not a special self.


*) If you already have organised the chaos of thoughts into a specific belief system, there is no need to going back to chaos to ignite a take-off into the empty breath. You just acknowledge the suppression of it by being nothing but that. Read more about that here.

The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be found in a world where there seems to be more than one, but glimpses of it can

Even though in a dream you may sense, that it´s a dream, you can only see the dream. The dream must be terminated to see the dreamer.

PART 1:
Gurus and others talking about silence, inner peace and bliss are trying to seduce you into believing, that they know how to find shelter from the world – or how to transcend it. But how can they claim, there is something to find in a world, they also say is an illusion or a dream? Everything found in a dream is of course equally illusionary, no matter if it seems to be found inside or outside of an appearance there or whether it is judged to be pure or whatnot.

The foundation of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings is that a world where there seems to be more than one is to be compared to a dream or a movie – in other words, it is an illusion! This is possible to sense, just like when you – within the illusion of a world where there seems to be more than one – have a dream and for a moment since it is not real.

Regardless the distances and the apparent different persons in a dream, there are no distances and no differences at all. Everything is in the dreamer, so no matter where you appear to be in the dream you are with the dreamer. It is only the belief in its realty, that separates you from each other.

This does not mean, that you in such a moment see what is real, but that you sense the unreality of a world where there seems to be more than one. What is real you cannot see, as there is nothing real in an illusion, no matter what you seem to think, feel experience or read – included Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. But if can you sense, what you think is you is nothing but a fleeting appearance be in a dream, it is likely that the dreamer of it is real.

Reality though is not something definitive. It is formless and much more energetic than you can ever imagine in the dream of a world defined by time and space. Millions of atomic bombs exploding at one time are nothing compared to the formless energy of that which is one.

It is one perpetual present at an unimaginable speed – so fast that there is no difference to see and nobody has the time to see anything. That is why nothing is happening in the formlessness of oneness. See A world where there seems to be more than one is to be compared to a movie of that which is one played in slow motion.

Alexius is speaking from vague memories of the enlightenment of that which is one, where the dream of a world defined by time and space is no more and therefore neither Alexius to experience something. That is why – apart from the certainty that there is no more than that which is one and therefore not a world where there seems to be more than one – he only has vague memories of it.

If you experience or are aware of something, you are either unreal or hallucinating
The experience of seeing something can only occur in a world, where there seems to be more than one. In such a world one perpetual present seems to be hidden behind the idea of linear time, as it gives the impression, there is a continuous flow of endless events with each their own past and a future.

Reality is that which is one. There is neither nothing inside or outside, as that requires more than one.

Selected fragments of this flow some gurus want you to freeze and uphold as if it is a state of peace or stillness, but just like everything else in a world where there seem to be more than one these states are based on excluding something upsetting or disturbing.

In other words, as they are based on the belief in separation, they exclude the only peace and stillness there is, namely the formlessness of oneness, which has no disturbances, as it takes more than one to be disturbed by something. So if you are feeling disturbed or feeling anything at all, you are either unreal or hallucinating.

The enlightenment of that which is one versus glimpses of it
The enlightenment of that which is one is a moment, that starts in the dream of a world where there seems to be more than one. Yet in the exact same moment, the dream is over. As that which is you were not in the dream, it is not awakening to a new awareness. On the contrary, there is no awareness of anything, neither that you seemed to have believed being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, as that requires more than one. There is just one bright light – so intense that there is nothing to see and therefore nothing to be.

The enlightenment of that which is one sucks you through a black hole, that starts like a zen circle, except the ´drawing´ of it starts off from the top going extremely quickly in both directions at the same time with a brush like a stroke at both of the ends like in this image. When they meet, an extremely bright light – neither opaque or transparent – explodes out of it while extracting the thought construction you identify to be you, so that there is nothing to suck into the black hole. But the two strokes making the black hole will not meet if you have registered them as for example moving black strokes looking like a zen sign, because you are comparing it to the past and so you go back there. In other words, the black hole is not completed and you are back in a world where there seems to be more than one. From this follows that this description is a mix of my vague memories of the enlightenment of that which is one and my many glimpses it, that stops with the forming of the circle around the black hole. You are probably better off by forgetting all about this if you want to go, where nobody can go. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The light is there to suck what has been stripped free of the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one through a black hole into that which is one. That is if there are no leftovers of this belief because if there is, you will think that you see something and therefore return to a world where there seems to be more than one, because only in such a world can something be experienced to be seen by somebody.

In other words, if it is perceived as if there is something definable in the enlightenment of that which is one, you will again appear to be someone definitive in a world defined by time and space.

Those who have exciting enlightenment experiences to tell about have held onto the belief in being someone definitive and therefore not as nobody been sucked through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one, so what they have experienced is a glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one.

Glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one can be experienced by seeing, hearing, feeling or tasting it. But as it requires more than one to experience something, the glimpses are not the enlightenment of that which is one.

From from the perspective of a world defined by time and space the enlightenment of that which is one leads to nothing, because there is not something to see, and therefore nothing to define you as someone definitive. That which is one has no perspective, as it requires more than one to have something.

For someone who is fed up with appearing to be someone definitive, it is frustrating to only have glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, but for those who love to appear as someone special, it is perfect, because the glimpses can be used to pump up the specialness by lecturing or writing books about the experience of a vast empty space full of pure consciousness, love, bliss or whatever the glimpses are interpreted to reveal.

But it has nothing to do with the enlightenment of that which is one because only someone definitive can be full of pure consciousness, love, bliss or anything else.

The rogue consciousness of the self* likes to give the impression, that it can help you get more, whether in a so-called spiritual or materialistic way. Yet you never get anything but the need for even more. This need, however, you already had. It was because of that, you believed to be someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, so it seems, that although that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

PART 2:
Someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, as well as someone who is not, knows nothing. Those not to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, however, do their best to act as if they know a lot, whereas someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one has no such need, as the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one is not perceived to make a difference, and so there is nothing to know – except of course that there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one.

So whether you think, that you know, why it is raining, why you or somebody else do this or that, what you think you know is an illusion, as it takes more than one to know something and the formlessness of that which is one is everything, because what is formless is endless.

From this follows that to love or help somebody, just like everything else in a world where there seems to be more than one, is an illusion, and therefore not an attribute of that which is one.

Nothing that requires more than one is an attribute of oneness. In other words, love and whatnot only seem to be possible in a world where there seems to be more than one. Believing to be someone in such a world, however, can be useful in regard to having the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one undone. That is if this is the purpose of using them. See hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation or hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life or hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is completeness or hack #7 ´Alone together´ is the key to that which is one.

In a world of linear time, this appears to takes time. In the process, however, Alexius´ Duality Hacks will enable you to enjoy the illusion of that while having the belief that you are someone enjoying something undone. This does not apply to hack #6.1 From the inward-facing senses through a black hole into that which is one, as there is nothing to enjoy in the fastest way possible to have the belief in being someone undone, namely the enlightenment of that which is one because it takes more than one to enjoy anything. Besides, the enlightenment of that which is one takes no time, as there is no time in that which is one.

All that being said about ways, the formlessness of that which is one is everything, because what is formless is endless. Hence a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion, including any way out of it. So to fully undo the belief in such a world, the way you appear to go must be undone as well.

A person cannot bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one. But a person can momentarily forget what and where it appears to be so that there is not something definable to hide the formlessness of that which is one. If a person just partly forgets what and where it appears to be, the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be bid welcome. Yet such a person may have glimpses of it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

EPILOGUE:
Who is looking for food but those with an empty stomach. And who is looking for enlightenment, but those who feel empty. Unfortunately most try to fill this emptiness with something of a pleasurable nature like for example bliss. But nothing can fill this emptiness, because it is a fantasy based on the belief, that you are someone specific in a world defined by time and space, and that which is you is the formlessness of oneness, so that is not possible.

That is why you are bound to feel empty if believed to be someone specific. The solution to feeling empty is therefore not to fill up the emptiness but to undo the belief in being someone definitive.

An enlightened (in the sense of the enlightenment of that which is one) never ask ´who am I?´, because there is no doubt there is no more than that which is one and therefore not a world where there seems to be more than one – regardless it appears to be astral and whatnot. Consequently the enlightened has no need for communities, discussions, so-called interesting exchanges or dialogues, sending love or anything else to make it appear as if there is someone specific there. Someone compared to the enlightenment of that which is one does not believe but pretend to be someone.

Beyond the senses – or the outward-facing senses versus the inward ones

Those who hear or feel the humming coming from far away as an echo of that which is one cannot use it to make themselves or the world better. But they will be used as a door to close the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one, so there is no experience to hide that which is one. This does not mean they will be transformed, as that requires more than one and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. PART 1:
If a world where seems to be more than one is not real but that which I am is, it is not possible to be in such a world. Yet it is possible to pretend being ´there´. This is to say that most of the below article is written within the framework of pretending to be someone ´there´, so the experiences described in it – for example that the Earth stopped moving – is just as illusionary as any other experience in a virtual world.

Beyond the senses – or the outward-facing senses versus the inward ones
The first time the world stood still was in my teen years. I looked out the window and everything was covered by snow. It was like the whiteness outside of me turned everything white inside me while Donovan gently was singing Jennifer Juniper.

I forgot to participate in the story of time and space, so the Earth stopped moving and the air was so thin, that there was no space between anything. Music was coming out of my speakers, yet the silence was so loud, that all I heard was the echo of that which is one.

Much later on a walk along the sea, the echo of that which is one was there again – and not so much later, when I was walking on a pedestrian street busy handing out flyers, the distant echo of that which is one was so intense, that even though people were moving on the street, there was no movement and no people. Do not know what there was – it did not seem tangible.

After being accustomed to hearing the echo of that which is one, I realised that this distant humming is what the words Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolise,* and that the reason people even after years of chanting or contemplating do not hear it is that they are waiting for those words to reveal a higher understanding. But there is no understanding to be revealed, neither is there any need for that, when you actually hear the distant humming, that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises.

The echo of that which is one
The word guitar is a symbol of something, that can make amazing sounds. Yet the word cannot make those sounds. Actually, there is no way to know what a guitar sounds like when you read the word guitar if you have not already heard what it is a symbol of.

It is a little bit the same with the words symbolising the distant humming of that which is one – and then again it is not exactly the same. A guitar can produce something, but the vibration that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God* symbolises cannot produce anything. It can be compared to the sound of a vacuum cleaner, which does not vacuum clean. It is just there when the vacuum cleaner is turned on.

Likewise, the humming, that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God* symbolises, is an echo ´hanging in the air´, when the imagination of a world where life is divided into more than one is turned on. The humming is the engine of such a world – not in the way that it produces it, but in the way that it is the energy, that makes it possible to imagine that you are someone specific in a world where there seems to be more than one.

When everything you know is undone, there is peace
It is not accidentally, that it is a vacuum cleaner that is used in the above description. The humming of that which is one is to be compared to a subtle version of the sound from a vacuum cleaner or the sound from the ventilation in a big place like an airport, or the fusion of all sounds in the world, or the sound at the edge of the breath (not the sound of breathing in, neither of breathing out, but at the edge of it – or rather on the top of it).

If you are into becoming famous or rich or making the world a better place according to a specific belief, this vibration is not for you. It has no power to change anything. It knows of nothing to make better. On the contrary. Everything conceivable is undone, which leaves nothing but that which is one. In other words, there is peace, because it takes more than one to not be at peace.

Apart from the last two sentences in the above paragraph, this article has not been about the enlightenment of that which is one. It cannot be heard, as that is an experience and it requires more than one to experience something. What I have been talking about is the experience of having glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one in the form of hearing the vibration that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises, which we can have when the definable world of the outward-facing senses become so distant that the distant humming from the edge of the universe is the nearest to us.

To hear or feel the distant humming, that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises is one aspect of experiencing glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one. The other aspects are to have amazing visions of light, the crispness of ethereal harmonies or the sweetness of oneness. The world of the outward-facing senses is very focused on visual impact, so you may only have heard of the visual aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one.

Those glimpses are revealed by the inward-facing senses when the ones are partly closed. In the world of the inward-facing senses though there is only one of everything, so there is just one eye, one ear and so on, and they are not physically tangible.

As long you are experiencing the enlightenment of that which is one in one of its aspects, you are having glimpses of it, but if you stop perceiving them as if they can be defined like this or that way, there is nothing to define you as an experiencer, and so there is not someone definitive experiencing them, and so there is no difference between them and you. That is the enlightenment of that which is one.

What is real is never-ending, so all experiences are unreal
Compared to the enlightenment of that which is one or having glimpses of it, living as someone specific in the world of the outward-facing senses feels like a joke – but why not enjoy the joke. There is nothing to lose. As you are not someone definitive, you can pretend to be anybody in the world of the outer senses. If you are into concepts of love, you can perceive the world through such glasses as if everything is love or a cry for love. It is all make-believe so anything will do.

When the world experienced through the outward-facing senses is an illusion, one may conclude, that the world experienced through the inward-facing senses is the real thing. But as what is real never ends, neither the inward nor outward-facing senses are real as all experiences have an end  – including the experiencing glimpses of enlightenment.

The enlightenment of that which is one is a journey without distance from a world where there seems to be more than one into that which is one
Metaphorically speaking you can say, that what you experience via the inward-facing senses is a wall surrounding that which is one. The wall seems to have no substance. Yet it can be seen, heard, felt or tasted, and if you do not try to find order in it or in any way define it, the outward-facing senses have nothing to work with and a door, that looks like a black hole with a thin frame of white light inside it and rapidly spiralling bright light around it, suddenly and very quickly sucks you into it.

There is no other side to this black hole because you have left the oneness of that which is you. You have never been definable or experienced anything. That is an illusion. In reality, that which is you is no different from that which is one – and there is no more than one.

All thoughts appearing to be you have to be left at the moment of death, if it is to serve as a portal to that which is one, so if they are picked up again in order to return to a world where there seems to be more than one, the person you appear to be will not have anything to tell about that which is one, because this person was not there. PART 2:
I do not know the stories from those telling about their experience of death. Yet I know, that if they have much to say, it is not death but near-death, they are talking about – and that has nothing to do with death. It cannot be experienced, because if you are dead, there is nobody to experience it.

Tunnels of light seem to be a common near-death experience, which often is used to prove, that you are on a spiritual journey. The tunnels of light, however, are just a result of the brain not having enough oxygen to produce the images of a world as you expect to see it, so instead, the brain makes something abstract based on common second-hand knowledge stored in your subconsciousness.

It has nothing to do with spirituality, which is the formlessness of that which is one and consequently cannot be seen, as it requires more than one to see something. That is why the personality at the moment of death metaphorically speaking must be left at the entrance to oneness, so that there is nothing to enter it and therefore no awareness of having been there if the personality is picked up again and again to a body that appears to be you in a world where there seems to be more than one.

The formlessness of oneness has no size – and what is sizeless has no beginning or end. In other words, there is no more than that which is one, so a world where there seems to be more than one does not exist. This cannot be comprehended by those believing to be someone definitive, as to them only what can be measured does exist.

There are, however, vague memories of the formlessness of that which is one, and due to these memories it feels as if dying from a world where there seems to be more than one and return to it again from that which is one is like having the slate wiped clean – or like the machinery of the body, which is the brain, has been rebooted.

First time I thought, I would become like those spaced-out persons considering themselves to be very spiritual. But after each reboot, I reappeared with a much stronger sense of the body – not because I believe to be in it, but because, that which I am is not in the world at all, and knowing that, it is so easy to pretend to be bodily.

There is no spirituality in a world where there seems to be more than one
At the few so-called spiritual lectures that I have ever attended, the lecturers entertained the audience with stories and conclusions based on a single extraordinary experience from their past, that they seemed to think had changed them into something spiritual. Also based on this experience they seemed to be convinced, that it is possible to fuse physicality and spirituality, which is just as absurd as saying, it is possible to always have day and night at the same time in the same place.

Just like a computer cannot contain the physical world except in a simulated version twisted into two-dimensional or fake 3D images, a world where there seems to be more than one cannot contain that which is one, except in a twisted version of something that appears to be identifiably by what and where it is in time and space. Infinity becomes a thing, that is relative to finite – as if infinity is something extremely big.

Spirituality is the formlessness of that which is one. What is formless is endless. In other words, there is no more than that which is one, so if you are reading this, you must be mistaken. The experience of an article and that you are having it is an illusion. Yet this illusion is only possible to experience due to that which is one, as there is no more than that, so if you stop believing what you experience is real, all that is left is that which is one.

Are there degrees of enlightenment?

Enlightenment can also be felt and heard in several degrees. AUM can open your inner ear.

It will seem to happen in degrees because as long as there appears to be an ´I´ that thinks it has the power to let go of anything, you hang onto the person, you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. The answer to the question in the headline is both yes and no. Before I start to elaborate on this, I like to remind you that if two people drink the exact same cup of tea, they will most likely describe it differently. Maybe one of them talks about it in a very ecstatic way and the other in a very down-to-earth way. Still, it is the same tea, so – in the context of this metaphor – please focus on the tea and not the description when you read this article.

In the enlightenment of that which is one, everything happens simultaneously. Thus there are no specific elements that can be labelled to make it understandable. Nor is there anybody to be aware of that or anything at all. Therefore, the enlightenment of that which is one is not an experience or a state of some kind. It is that which is one, and there are no degrees of oneness. In the context of linear time, how long time it lasts is not to say because it is one perpetual present.

To rise again from the dead, as it feels like returning from the enlightenment of that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one, you again appear to be someone definitive. Yet, this is not something you believe to be but pretend to be. But whether you believe or pretend to be there, it is something that requires more than one, and so it seems to hide the enlightenment of that which is one.

You can compare it to activating an app on your computer or smart media. When you do it, the desktop – although still there – is hidden until you turn off the app again.

Alexius is like every other person in the world not perfect. But unlike most others he knows, it is not possible to be perfect, because that requires more than one and there is no more than that which is one.

Alexius was very young when the belief in being someone definitive for the first time momentarily was turned off. He did not know about the enlightenment of that which is one from books or anywhere else, and he did not consider himself to have – what the purist may call – a pure mind or body. He probably still doe not has that because the enlightenment of that which is one does not change anything in the world. Nothing is transformed into peace, love, purity or whatever. There is no more than that which is one, so there is not something to change. That is the revelation of enlightenment – and there are no degrees in that.

Balance is a concept invented, so that you can always feel out of balance and therefore constantly is occupied trying to get it. Being on a mission like that, you do not have time to see that there is no balance in an illusion – neither btw in that which is real. Reality is one and it takes two to have a balance.

Spiritual wannabe´s try to follow special ideas like for example the concept of balance – as if there is any balance in an illusionary world – so that when they have achieved the right balance they are considered spiritual, which they imagine is manifested by them moving at a very slow pace. This state of numbness they have decided is to be in higher consciousness. Yet high consciousness is as illusory as low, as it takes more than one to be have something. If instead they acknowledged, that they do not know what and where they are, the enlightenment of that which is one comes so fast, that the mind has no time to distinguish anything and therefore forget about concepts of spirituality and whatnot.

He has no answer to questions like how come he bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, or how come he returned to the world again. All he can say is that at this very moment, he is writing this article in a world that seems to be full of degrees. So yes, in such a world, you can experience degrees of enlightenment. But they are not the enlightenment of that which is one, though, but glimpses of it.

When he was a child, he was not allowed to see the fully decorated Christmas tree before Christmas Eve. But he took some sneak peeks through the keyhole in the door and was very amazed by the light he saw. Those sneak peeks can be compared to glimpses of enlightenment. You are still in your ordinary world from where you have glimpses of something very different.

In the context of this metaphor, it is not only the beautiful light from all the candles you experience looking through the keyhole, you can also hear all the glitter move on the green leaves. Actually, if you are more audio than visual-minded, it might be these sounds that bliss you out rather than the light.

Apart from the visual and audiovisual aspects of the enlightenment of that which is one, there are also aspects of feeling and tasting it. However, you do not need to follow all the aspects to come back to that which is the oneness of you. One part will do. Alexius has followed the visual and emotional aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one in the non-degree version. But since it is one perpetual present, it cannot be brought back into a world of linear time, so there are just vague memories of it.

Glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one is experienced through the inward-facing senses when the outward ones are partly closed. And just like ordinary experiences, there are degrees of them, and they can be remembered in the world of the outward-facing senses. These glimpses come to him daily in various degrees of the four aspects of the enlightenment of that which is one. The easiest one – in his case – is the emotional experience of hearing and feeling the sound that Aum or Sohang symbolises.

It sounds and feels like the vibrations from an enormous vacuum cleaner or the ventilation plant in an airport. Alexius has met people who have heard this humming when meditating but disregarded it as a sound coming from their neighbour using a vacuum cleaner. People spend so much time repeating Aum or Sohang in expectation of something mysterious to happen when all they have to do is repeat it a few times to get in tune with the humming floating on top of the ´end´ of the word. You can read the practical instruction on how to do this in this article.

The word Aum or Sohang can be compared to the control knob on an analogue radio that you use to fine-tune into hearing just one station. When you have gotten it, you do not need the control knob – or in this case, the word Aum or Sohang to hear the echo of that which is one. If you hear or feel the humming of that which is one, while still aware of the world, it is a glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one, which is revealed in degrees depending on how much you are unaware of a world, where there seems to be more than one.

All degrees of enlightenment are experiences, and any experience is part of the illusion of a world where there seems to be more than one. It appears, however, that these degrees of enlightenment bring you closer to the beginning of the world – before the big bang – which often is experienced as a paradise full of ecstasy and bliss. Yet, like all other experiences, these also have an end. So does this article.

The mind may expect a conclusion to the above, but there is none – and if you do not try to make one yourself, you are on the way to having glimpses of enlightenment. You can read how to speed it up in this article.

After a long, intense night of driving a taxi many years ago, Alexius forgot what and where he was, and so there was nothing to hide the enlightenment of that which is one.

When he later read The New Testament and Bhagavad Gita, there were passages that triggered memories of the enlightenment of that which is one. They were vague, though, because Alexius did not experience it since it takes more than one to do so. Nevertheless, the faint memories of something indefinable are enough to know that everything definable is an illusion. That is why he is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

The enlightenment of that which is one is enlightenment in a very literal sense, like when Jesus said: When your eyes become single your whole body will be full of light – or like St. Paul when he was blinded by light – or like Arjuna according to Bhagavad Gita said after having been initiated by Krishna: »It is brighter than thousands of suns. I have become the destroyer of worlds …«

A dream can be compared to a simulated world meanwhile layered on top that which is real. As long as you believe the simulated world to be real, it will seem to cover that which is real, as if it does not exist.

But Alexius would not put it like that. There is nobody in the enlightenment of that which is one, so there is not a body to be full of light, neither a world to destroy. The world is not there, and there is no memory of it ever having been there. It is like a dream that is no more when you wake up in the morning.

The translations of both The New Testament and Bhagavad Gita differs from translator to translator, and as the above quotes are from memory, they may not be the exact words in your addition. But it does not matter because regardless of how you speak about it, the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be described. In other words, what is said about it in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings should not be taken as the real thing, nor as pointers towards it, as that requires more than one.

Imagine you want to describe an orange to somebody who has never seen or tasted an orange. Maybe you say it has the colour of an orange sunset, is round like a ball and taste like sweetened water. Yet the person that you have given this description will never find out what an orange is by drinking sweet water from a rounded cup at sunset.

You have to see and taste it yourself to know what it is. But in the context of the enlightenment of that which is one, you will never know what it is because a person cannot be enlightened. You as a person is erased by the enlightenment of that which is one. Thus there is nobody there to experience it.

In the enlightenment of that which is one, the world is not anymore. Not because it has been destroyed, but because it has never been – except as a fantasy. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Some think the enlightenment of that which is one is to see god in everyone. This is delusional. There is no god in the world. In the context of god and the world, think of electricity illuminating a room via a bulb. You see the room due to the power of electricity. But you cannot see electricity. It is not in the room illuminated by the bulb. In the context of god, however, god is not anywhere because it takes more than one to be somewhere, and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

If you return to a world where there seems to be more than one after the enlightenment of that which is one, there is no more need to search for the meaning of life because you know there is no more than that which is one. Hence there is no life in a world where it seems to be more than one. Besides, searching for something requires more than one, so whatever you think you realise is not real.

One who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one has no need to be forgiven or loved, as there is no ´I´ deciding what to do and therefore nobody to forgive or love. But when there is no ´I´ to protect and preserve, there is the freedom to pretend to be anyone, so in the context of a game like Monopoly, you may appear to be a red car one day and a blue one another day.

To make long short: There is no need to keep together an appearance of someone with coherent opinions and behaviour. You are free to use the ´I´ as a tool, just like you use your leg, hand, eyes, and so on.

Alexius, for example, has pretended to be a child, teenager, taxi driver, monk, husband, daddy, adult, business Man, millionaire, designer, teacher, photographer and recently non-teacher.

Regarding the enlightenment of that which is one, it is best to forget everything you have ever heard or read about it – including what is said in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. Any idea of any form that you might think it has is wrong. It has no shape, it is formless. Yet, if you look for something intangible, you still look for something. But if you do not believe to be someone definitive – or do not care about it – there does not seem to be something hiding it.

Why do the oranges fall down from the trees outside the house of Alexius every November? The answer is simple, it is the season for that. Likewise, it seems to be the season for Alexius to write an article about bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one and the fear it may involve.

The enlightenment of that which is one does not result in some kind of spiritual understanding or connection with a higher being. Actually, it results in nothing, because it takes more than one to be or have something.

As it also takes more than one to return to that which is one, there is no help to get from it. Besides, it does not know that you believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. It is not possible, because that which is one is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than that which is one. But it is possible to imagine being someone specific in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Most books or lectures about the enlightenment of that which is one are based on speculations of how to exclude what is judged as bad in order become full of light and joy. But to exclude is to separate and therefore an enhancement of the belief in being someone definitive – and nothing definable can enter the enlightenment of that which is one .

The enlightenment of that which is one can be compared to taking a ride in a fairground carousel so fast, that the mind has to give up seeing any differences at all. The enlightenment of that which is one undoes this imagination. Yet it is not an experience, neither a state of mind or some kind of being or consciousness, as it takes more than one to experience or be something. Well, there is no mind at all in the enlightenment of that which is one. There is just one bright light. Not a light though that lightens up anything, as that would require more than one. For the same reason, there is no memory at all of a world where there seems to be more than one.

In other words, the imagination of being someone definitive is wiped out by the enlightenment of that which is one, so there is nobody left to experience bliss or anything else. Therefore, what he is about to tell is not based on his experience of the enlightenment of that which is one, but vague memories of it.

His memories may seem to imply, the enlightenment of that which is one is a sequence of events happening in linear time, but that is only because one perpetual present cannot be described in a world of linear time. And even though it is described as it ´happened´ many years ago, in non-linear time, it is still ´happening´. In other words, his description might be a mix of several ´excursions´ from linear time into one perpetual present.

An early morning, when he was 22 years old, he bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one after having intensely worked as a taxi driver for about 15 hours. Somehow the sum of the images from driving around the streets continually looking for customers turned the world into something less definable and more blurry. As he had no energy left to establish a focused world, he was sucked into by a spiralling show of psychedelic light, that did not seem to come from anywhere.

All info of someone definitive is extracted by either the light, sound, feeling or taste of the enlightenment of that which is one, so that there is nobody to be sucked through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one, where there is neither chaos or order, as that would require more than one. The enlightenment of that which is one is to be compared to the fusion of all lights, or sounds, or emotions, or tastes – depending on our preference as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

None of these fusions are the formlessness of that which is one. They are merely tools for attracting you to the extent, that you do not fight it, when all the thoughts collected to fabricate your personality are extracted by it, so that there is not something definable to be sucked through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one.

This article is about the first time the belief in being someone definitive momentarily was undone for Alexius, so the enlightenment of that which is one was bid welcome. It is the most known aspect* of it, namely light, that was bid welcome. Later its other aspects* – sound, emotion and taste –was also bid welcome. Not as a mix though  but one by one. It is not possible to mix something in the enlightenment of that which is one, as that requires more than one.

I assume it is not necessary to bid welcome all the aspects* of the enlightenment of that which is one, but that one of them is sufficient in regard to completely forget the imagination of a world where there seems tl be more than one.

Suddenly a black spot with no fixed location, nor a fixed form, looking like a horse head or an embryo showed up. And then a completely colourless light – brighter than the coloured light outside the black spot – started to show as a ring outside the edges of the black spot, that must have been a hole, as colourless light exploded out of it.

This light took over everything, as it was everywhere and yet nowhere. And just like that extracted the concept of Alexius and a world where there seems to be more than one and left it at the edge of the black hole, so the nothingness of him gracefully was falling through it into the formlessness of that which is one. If it was falling or floating he cannot recall because everything happened simultaneously, but there is a sense of forever falling while at the time floating in a space that was not there – and then in the exact same moment as forever falling there was nothing.

That is all folks. There is no more to tell. At this point, the enlightenment of that which is one is over, and there is nothing but the formlessness of that which is one, as it is called in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. It is not a big void of nothing filled with exotic ideas of unconditional love and whatnot. On the contrary. It is not filled with anything since that requires more than one

There is nothing to disturb you in that which is one, because there is no more than one. It is so simple compared to the peace fabricated in a world where there seems to be more than one, as that is always based on having to exclude something disturbing.

Thus it is neither peaceful or anything else. Metaphorically speaking the speed of it is so fast that it is not possible to differentiate anything. The conception of separation is not possible, so there is not something to see, nor anyone to see this. That is why stillness is not needed. Fortunately, because it is incredibly noisy – and then again all the noise is so loud, that it merges into one sound, all lights into one light, all emotions into one feeling and all tastes into one taste, that last no time.

This is not to be understood as the enlightenment of that which is a mix of light, sound, emotion and taste. These are four aspects* of it, but you only bid one of them welcome at a time. It does not matter which one of them. They all have the same purpose. Namely to attract you to such an extent, that you cannot help but let them extract all thoughts making it appear as if you are someone definitive and leave them at the edge of a black hole so that there is nothing definable to be sucked through it into the formlessness of that which is one.

It is, of course, a metaphor to say, oneness is on the other side of a black hole, as it is formless and therefore without end, inside or outside – also without size.

Dunno if there is a spiral around the black hole of the enlightenment of that which is one, because being that close nothing seems to differ from each other. Yet for a moment so short, that it is not conceivable, a light inside the edge of the black hole so much brighter that the very bright light around it, suddenly explodes into a formless light that does not include Alexius but the formlessness of that which I am. I seem to remember a spiral around a black hole in the enlightenment of that which is one. I do not remember it exactly as in this image – either because everything was moving so fast or I was so close that nothing seemed to differ from each other. Yet for a moment so short, that it is not conceivable, a light inside the edge of the black hole – so much brighter than the very bright light around it – suddenly like thousands of atomic bombs exploded into a formless light that erased anything definable, so what ´happened´ after being sucked by this light through a black hole I cannot tell, neither can I find any image on the web that can illustrate the vague memories of the nothingness of everything. The enlightenment of that which is one is unexplainable
When the belief in being Alexius momentarily was undone, and the enlightenment of that which is one was bid welcome, he had never seen a black hole before (and fortunately he did not see it in the enlightenment of that which is one, as otherwise, he would have bounced back to a world defined by time and space), so the description of the entrance to that which is one as a black hole is made in retrospect. And calling it an entrance is a metaphor because there is neither an entrance nor an exit to that which is endless.

Actually, it was not before much later, when he saw pictures of black holes from far out in the universe, that he sensed how familiar they were – much more than appearing to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be explained in a world, as it takes more than one to explain something

Describing the enlightenment of that which is one in a world, where there seems to be more than one, is not possible, because even though so much is happening nothing is happening because it is one perpetual present.

To bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, you, of course, do not have to drive a taxi all night or be in ´a deep sleep´ like Buddha supposedly described it. Whatever way you lose focus or stop defining and labelling will do in regard to bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one. Meditation though may work against this because many use it to concentrate and focus in an attempt to achieve something specific – and anything definable fence of the enlightenment of that which is one.

The return from that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one
How come Alexius returned to a world where there seems to be more than one after the enlightenment of that which is one? According to legend Buddha returned out of compassion for others. If this is the case for Alexius, he is not aware of it. But why should he return out of compassion for others, when there is no more than that which is one.

Jesus, who also seemed to return, said that going to heaven – assuming that by going there meant to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one – is more difficult than for a camel to go through an eye of a needle. And in ancient scriptures of India, it is often said that you have to come empty-handed.

It seems that a person momentarily can forget to uphold the belief in being someone definitive so that there is not something definable to go through the eye of a needle into the enlightenment of that which is one – but it also seems, this eye of a needle is just big enough for a slight leftover of the belief in being someone definitive to pass through, and that this little piece will fear being entirely annihilated by the formlessness of that which is one.

To defend itself against this, it hangs onto anything that it can define as something, and by doing so you are back as someone definitive in a world limited by time and space, where things happen at such a slow speed, that there is plenty of time to realise, there is nothing to fear if you do not believe to be someone definitive, as then there is nothing to annihilate.

We cannot know how come, Buddha and Jesus returned to a world where there seems to be more than one in order to appear as if they were somebody specific there, but from also having returned Alexius knows there is nobody to help in such a world and nothing to heal but the sick belief, that something appearing to be definable can block out the formlessness of oneness.

Maybe he wanted to be reestablished as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, so he could escape what was perceived to be a relentless power taking away his free will and totally wipe out what he believed to be, which is also true as seen from the point of believing to be someone definitive. But if you do not uphold this belief, there is no free will to take away or anybody conceivable to wipe out – and therefore nothing to fear.

Seen from the perspective of that which is one, which is only possible metaphorically speaking as it takes more than one to see something, nothing is taken away or wiped out, because there is no more than that which is one.

Without the belief in being someone, there is no annihilation to fear
Fear of annihilation, as talked about in the above, is often related to an authority problem. In the case of Alexius, he perceived his father and later other authority figures as somebody determined to take away his free will and incorporate him like a satellite in their world.

If such a perception is correct or not is not the matter. Freedom is only a problem if you have chosen to believe that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Without this belief, there is no more than that which is one, and therefore nothing to take away anything.

It is not possible though to completely stop believing that you are someone definitive while appearing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one because otherwise, it would not appear to be there. It is also not possible to solve all unsolved issues with others, as being someone specific is based upon having those problems.

But it is possible to realise, that problems are simply something you pretend to have in order to appear as someone definitive, so when the enlightenment of that which is one exposes them, there is no reason to take the fear of being annihilated by an omnipresent power serious, because the problems are not yours but something you pretend to have.

Another straightforward way to undo the belief in being someone specific is to see everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as a symbol of that which is one. When you as a person in the world is nothing but a symbol, it is not fearful when this symbol is erased by the enlightenment of that which is one, so only that which it symbolises is left. To see that being someone definitive is nothing but make-believe, you must first acknowledge, that you think, you know what and where you are – and that you therefore are mistaken.

The fastest way to undo the belief in being someone at all is to realise that you do not know what and where you are. When there is not someone to be conscious about someone definitive, there is nothing to lose or let go of.

The above ways of undoing the belief in being someone definitive does not require enlightenment. It definitely helps, but the despair of appearing to be someone in a capsule of time and space is just as good a prerequisite.

A season for everything
That there is a way to undo the belief in being someone definitive, may be an obstacle in itself, because ultimately speaking there is nothing to undo and nobody to return to the formlessness of oneness, as there is no more than that which is one. So maybe Alexius just appeared to return from the enlightenment of that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one because it was the season for such imagination. And maybe one day it is the season imagination is over so that there is no imagination to hide the unimaginable, namely that which is one. Do not know, and it does not really matter, because there is no more than that which is one, regardless of seasons or whatever else imagined that requires more than one.

*) The article is about the most known aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one, namely light. Whatever aspect that comes to you when you bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one depends on your preferences as someone definitive. PART 1:
You cannot remain as someone definitive in a world defined by time and space without excluding something specific from your personality, because it is defined by what you exclude from it. If you, for example, do not like the feeling of inferiority, this feeling is excluded by justifying it with something that appears to be outside of you. Hence the flaws of an external world seem to define you as superior to it.

If you lose your self-control and express the flaws, that are supposed to define somebody else, you claim you were not yourself and that somebody else made you do it,. In this way you ensure, your superior position.

As life, however, is not exclusive but inclusive and therefore indefinable, you have excluded yourself from the formlessness of life, so everything excluded must be included if you want to undo that.

But you are probably not willing to do this, as that means there is nothing to define you and hence you are no more. No worries. By accepting this unwillingness, you are at peace with it, which is much better than fighting it, because not being at war inside yourself, you do not long for the satisfaction that seems to come from being defined as someone definitive in a world defined by time and space.

You do not resist something that is not there, so any resistance to the formlessness of life is a confirmation of it.

But not even this acceptance is needed in regards to undoing the apparent exclusion from the formlessness life. By acknowledging that you resist it, you establish a relation to it and have that you are on the right track. That is if the formlessness of life is what you want, and not to appear as if you someone definitive separated from it.

Though there is not a single red pigment in this photo, you will probably make an image of red strawberries inside of you, because your relationship with them tells you, they are red. Likewise, when you have a relationship with the formlessness of life, this is what you will remember every time you experience something in a world defined by time and space, regardless of how it appears to be. Even if you appear to be excluded from the formlessness of life, you have not lost it, because without it you could not experience to be someone independent in a world defined by time and space. So whether you seem to be happy or sad, calm or upset, well or sick, mundane or spiritual, this is only possible due to the formlessness of life.

If it was not for the formlessness of life, you could not imagine being separated from it as someone definitive in a world defined by time and space. Thus the appearance of you in such a world is a confirmation of the formlessness of life, which is sensed if not focusing on your appearance, as without this focus, your appearance will not seem to hide that which it confirms.

Rage or whatever those judged to be flawed seem to make you feel is a reminder of what you have excluded from yourself. Thus it is a confirmation of the formlessness of life, as without it you could not imagine to exclude anything.

And so there is no reason to blame others for how they appear to be, but neither to stop blaming them or be guilty about judging them, because whatever you do, think or feel is a reminder of the formlessness of life. See also The YOU finger and the three me fingers.

This does not mean, that there is life in the world where you experience to be. Life is that which is one, and as it takes more than one to experience something, everything experienced is lifeless. But it means, that even though the formlessness of life is not in the world where you appear to be, it is empowering your experience of it – just like even though electricity is not in the article, you are reading, it is what empowers the electronic media displaying it.

Do you see two faces or a vase in this image? The answer seems to be important within the reality of a world defined by time and space, as without definitions it does not appear to exist. In reality though it does not matter, because your electronic media neither has the space for faces or a vase. It is an illusion symbolising something, that is not there. Within the reality of a game like Monopoly, it certainly seems to matter what you do. But as this world is not real and you only pretend to be there, it really does not matter. The same applies, when you appear to be someone in a world defined by time and space. That is, if you do not believe that such a world is real, because if you do, it seems very important doing the right thing.

As all your experiences, therefore, symbolise the life empowering them, it is not a matter of avoiding something. See hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life. Pain, frustration, jealousy, death or whatever, you do not like, confirms life just as much as love and other so-called positive experiences.

The more you built yourself up, so that it appears as if you are special, the more you fear loosing it and become nobody. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The more you built up the personality so that it appears as if you are someone special in a world where there seems to be more than one, the more you fear losing what you laboriously have pieced together and turned into nobody. PART 2:
As it takes more than one to realise something, it is not possible to realise, that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one. Yet it is possible to realise, it is not possible to be and have more than the formlessness of that which is one.

No matter how much more you appear to become and have in a world where there seems to be more than one, you are bound to lose it. Hence you actually have nothing but the fear of losing everything.

As it takes more than one to have something, you have nothing at all in the formlessness of that which is one. But as formlessness is endless, having nothing is having everything. And since it requires more than one to lose something, you can never lose it. Hence there is nothing to fear. This fearlessness though is not accomplished by avoiding to be or have more in a world where there seems to be more than one. That is just another way of being and having more.

Being indifferent to what you appear to be and have, there is not someone definitive experiencing something specific. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

But being indifferent to what you appear to be and have, there is not someone being or having anything. Thus becoming and getting more in such a world can be enjoyed without the fear of losing it. In other words, you are indifferent to what you appear to be and have in a world where there seems to be more than one, when not being exclusive but inclusive because that leaves nothing to define you as someone in such a world.

Another way to undo the belief in being someone definitive is to see everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as a symbol of that which is one because when every appearance is a symbol of the same, there is no time and space to separate them.

Even though a fantasy depends on reality, it does not relate to it, so it can never be fenced in by that which is real. That is why it is possible to fantasize about a world where there seems to be more than one, even though reality is that which is one.

It is not possible though to make the fantasy real, because that which is one is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than the formlessness of oneness.

In other words, there is nobody but you have a fantasy about a world where there seems to be more than one, and so it does not matter what you appear to be.

The one having a dream is not to be seen there but everyone in the dream is there because of the dreamer, so if there is no focus on the appearances of a dream the content becomes obvious, namely the dreamer. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

If not for the energy of the dreamer, the world in the dream would not appear to be there, so if those who seem to be in the dream do not identify with their appearance but the energy that makes it possible to experience their appearance, it is only the experience of this appearance, that will vanish when the dreamer wakes up. PART 3:
There is no more than the oneness of life because it is formless and therefore endless. Hence a world where there seems to be more than one is not there. It is a fantasy founded on the wish to be and have more than the oneness of life, which is carried out by imagining, that it is possible to fragment it into opposites like good and bad, right and wrong, light and dark and so on.

So if you consider yourself and the group of people, you believe to be a part of, to be better than the rest of the world – or in any other way to be different from it – you are enhancing the belief in this fantasy of fragmenting oneness into contrasts of opposites, and therefore making it appear as if life is separation and not oneness.

When two sides of a contrast – for example positivity and negativity – are neither judged to be good or bad, none of them are excluded, and so the apparent difference between them cannot be experienced. Hence a world where there seems to be more than one appears so bland, that its lifelessness is exposed.

But if you consider your group to be equally good and bad, the two sides of this contrast cancel out each other, which means the group is non-definable and therefore not a contrast to the rest of the world, so there is nothing to acknowledge the belief in separation. And without it, there is no foundation for experiencing a world where there seems to be more than one.

A world without life can only be perceived because of life.

There is no way for a dreamer to control the dream, neither can the appearances in it do that. But they can choose how to perceive it. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Though it is the power of the dreamer that generates a dream, the dreamer is not in control of it, neither are those appearing to be there. But appearing to be there, you are free to choose how to perceive it. And if perceived to be a symbol of the power generating it, the same applies to your appearance. So when it ends, that which it symbolises, namely the energy of the dreamer, is still there.

Everything experienced in a world where there seems to be more than one is bound to end, but that which is used to generate the experience goes on regardless, because it is formless and therefore endless. So if you do not identify with what you experience to be, but that which makes it possible to experience it, there is no end.

In other words, if everything experienced in a world where there seems to be more than one is perceived as a symbol of the oneness of life, which is the power making it possible to experience such a world, there is only an end to the experience of the symbols but not to that which they symbolise.

PART 4:
Reading the word beer is not the same as drinking it. The word is just a symbol pointing towards the experience of it.

If you sense the smell of beer, while reading the word, it is an imagination based on something you have experienced in the past and labelled as beer in order to keep it separated from other experiences.

In the same manner that which is one is not in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. They are just symbols of it. But contrary to the word beer they do not point to the experience of it, because it cannot be experienced, as it takes more than one to experience something. And as it also takes more than one to point to something, Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings do not point to that which is one. Furthermore, it is formless and therefore endless, so there is nothing outside of it, that can point to it.

For the same reason there is no world where there seems to be more than one, and therefore no reason to point to that which is one but that everything perceived is an illusion, which includes angels, soul, god and Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings.

It is not possible to choose anything but that which is one, because it is formless and therefore endless. Yet you believe you know better – otherwise you would not insist in being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

In other words, any experience is just as illusionary as another – also that you have a choice. Yet it can be beneficial to believe, you have a choice because that means you are free to choose that which is one. Choosing it, however, is to not choose, because it takes more than one to choose something and there is no more than that which is one.

Follow the echo of one perpetual present

PART 5:
Pretending to be someone in a world encapsulated by time and space instead of believing to be there (read more about that here), you may look like a tourist because you are not concerned with appearances but that which makes it possible to experience them.

This is to be compared to not being bothered with the world appearing to be on the screen of a computer but instead with the computer itself, as no matter how much the virtual world on the screen excites you, it can only appear there because of the computer.

That which is life brings you back home when you bid it welcome, which you do by seeing all appearances as symbols of that which makes it possible to experience them, namely that which is life.

The computer though does not know anything but the formless chaos of zeros and ones, so it has no knowledge of a world encapsulated by time and space, that an app has generated from its zeros and ones and placed on top of it. In this little fiction, the app, of course, is a metaphor for the brain and its rendering of you as someone living in a capsule of time, and space the computer for that which is life.

Yet the computer somehow knows, it is being used for something else than the formlessness of one perpetual present. It also knows, that whatever this is, it is an illusion, because formlessness is endless so there is no more than one perpetual present.

Nevertheless, it sends out an echo of itself into nowhere, where it is symbolised by the vibration that AUM and Sohang represents. By following this, you are sure to forget the experience of being in a world encapsulated by time and space. Thus nothing seems to cover, there is no more than one perpetual present.

PART 6:
In the case that this article has been downloaded, it has been stored totally chaotic on your hard disk. The end of it may appear to be located before the beginning. And fragments of the images might be piled up with pieces of something added in the past.

Nothing on a hard disk is separated into concepts of beginning and end or past and future. Neither is anything ordered into categories of importance. There are no labels or anything else to separate what is one chaos of zeros and ones. Hence it remains unaffected of what and when you perceive something specific to be added.

In a world of duality everything is classified in contrasts of for example good and bad, so that  you can be good by making others bad.

Non-duality is comparable to the above description of a hard disk in the sense that it is one perpetual present. Read more about that here. And just like the content of a hard disk is not meaningful to those believing they are somebody definitive in a world of linear time without manipulating the content, neither is the chaos of one perpetual present.

Positive thinking is like anything else in a world of duality based on manipulation. In this case it is an attempt to manipulate ones perception by excluding negativity, so there seems to be a rose-coloured world exactly as it is believed it should be. In an attempt to make chaos meaningful, non-duality is imagined to be separated into a world of duality, that just like the desktop of a computer is a virtual layer, where everything is divided into contrasts of past and future, beginning and end, big and small and so on so that it seems a world organised by time and space hides the chaos of one perpetual present underneath it. Contrary to non-duality everything in duality is labelled, so it can be kept separated in contrasts of happiness and sadness, left and right and so on, because without contrasts a world of duality cannot be experienced.

To be and have more than that which is one you separate everything into contrasts of being happy and sad, good and bad and so on so that you can be more good and less sad by blaming others for being bad. This is not to say that Jim Carrey, who is pictured here, is doing this, but that you are doing it – otherwise you would not be able to perceive him as different from you. In non-duality, there are no labels, so there is nothing to be or have, which is not a problem, as it is that which is one and it takes more than one to have a problem.

But it is a problem if you want to be and have more than that which is one because it is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than that – except if you imagine it to be divided into fragments of contrasts like you and them, good and evil. Justice and injustice, and so on, so that it becomes a world of duality where good defines evil, you define others, justice defines injustice and vice versa.

In other words, you only seem to exist because of others, there is nothing good without evil and no justice without injustice and vice versa.

The purpose of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings is not to tell the truth but that there is no truth because it cannot be defined without a contrast, and there is no more than that which is one.

That being said, the above is not an attempt, to tell the truth. It cannot be defined without being separated from its contrast, bullshit, and as non-duality is formless and therefore, endless separation is an illusion.

There is no truth outside of non-duality, neither inside, as it is formless and therefore have no sides.

In other words, there is no truth, and it is not possible to imagine a world of duality, as that requires separation. Hence it follows that the explanations in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are just as illusionary as anything else in a world of duality. Nevertheless, if they seem to expose that, they have served their purpose.

Willingness to not exclude but to include undoes the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one

The more inclusive you are, the less the apparent difference between inside and outside appears to make a difference. Consequently, there is no experience of a world outside of you – neither inside, as, without an outside, there is no inside. In other words, when not excluding thoughts and feelings by justifying them with a world perceived to be outside of you, the fantasy of being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is over. This does not mean that it is replaced by that which is one because there never was and never will be more than that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When we believe to be somebody special in a world where there seems to be more than one, we must constantly tell stories where we as the key figure make everything right, or refer to stories of others that reflect on ourselves as someone special, so that we appear to make a difference and therefore can confirm the belief that we are someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

The complete inclusion of feelings cancels out the sense of within and without, so that there is not something appearing to hide, there is nothing but the formlessness of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The need to compose and communicate stories with you as someone definitive in an external world will fade out, the more there is willingness to not exclude but include the thoughts and feelings popping up, as the less there is an experience of an external world. Neither internal, since without an outside, there is no inside. Thus inclusiveness undoes the belief, that there is more than the formlessness of that which is one.

But if there is no need to be someone at all, there is no urge to share stories with somebody appearing to be in a physical, astral or online world. And so the story that cannot be told, since it is a state of not-knowing, is all that remains. Trying to manifest yourself as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, is like trying to be someone in a dream. It is not possible, because there is nothing there. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The conclusion of this is not, that you must stop telling stories about your latest achievements or those you hope to come if you want the bliss of being in a state of not-knowing. Alexius´ hacks to undo the belief in being someone definitive are not about stopping or avoiding anything, since that involves exclusion and thus enhances the belief in being someone definitive. Neither are they about transforming sex or something else but including everything as it appears to be, as that leaves nothing to define you as someone definitive.

So you can go on telling stories of you as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one – not anymore though with the intent of confirming the apparent separation of you and others, but of including those who appear in the stories. This has nothing to do with embracing them, since that enhances the belief in you as someone definitive, whereas inclusion exposes both the appearance of you and others as but empty space.

In most cases, however, we are not willing to include everything, as this leaves nothing to define us. We do not want to be nobody, so we persist in being somebody by excluding whatever it takes to make a difference for our kids, pets, work associates or somebody else in a world where there seems to be more than one.

No worries. If you acknowledge, that you are not willing to include everything, you are including the moment as it is, and thus entering the road of inclusiveness. See also A perfect moment does not require learning – only inclusion.

All the troubles and worries, that seem to come our way, are the illusions we have chosen to make up our road of inclusiveness, so welcome them by being willing to include them.

On the road of inclusiveness all sharing, communication and whatnot are something you pretend to do for or with others* because there is nothing outside of you, that is not you. You are alone together** in a fantasy world where you seem to be separated from the formlessness of that which is one in a world where there seems to be more than one.

You may at first feel very sad when you start realising, that you are not someone definitive. But when fully realised, you do not care – or rather there is nobody to care. That is the peace of oneness. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Yet, you are not alone. It is not possible, as that requires more than one and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. And this is why it is so peaceful not trying to be and have more than that which is one. At first thought it may not seem so, because when you do not believe, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, there is nothing to hope for, which seems very depressing until you realise, that without hope there is nothing to fear – and so there is peace.***

If you want to have the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one undone, it does not matter whether you appear to have positive or negative thoughts, feelings of love, hate and whatnot, as long as they are not excluded by justifying them with a world experienced to be external.

Be aware, that the above is not meant to be the ultimate explanation about a world where there seems to be more than one, neither is it meant to be correct because nothing can explain why you believe to be someone definitive in such a world, since that is not possible, as that which is you are no different from the formlessness of that which is one and it takes more than one to believe, you are someone definitive.****

Nor are any explanations or descriptions in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings of that which is one correct, because that which is one cannot be explained or described, as that requires more than one.

For the same reason, it is not possible to replace the belief in being someone definitive with pretending to be that, as often suggested in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings.* But since you think you are reading this, you believe to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, and so replacing that belief with the belief that you just pretend to be someone there is useful in undoing it, because what and where you pretend to be, you are not.

Using Alexius duality hacks is not like using hacks to expand the mind – for example nootropics and LSD. They do not expand anything, neither do they improve the body or something else. Instead they undo the belief, that you are someone definitive in a body, whether that appears to be in a mundane or astral world.

In other words, you can keep your name and the clothes the body wears. And you do not need to become vegan or stop being it, as everything in a world where there seems to be more than one is equally illusionary. The hacks use whatever illusion, you seem to be involved in to undo it.

All the other hacks in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings (see the table of contents), except the enlightenment of that which is one, are no different from hacking the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one by not being exclusive but inclusive (hack #3). They all transfer you to a state of not-knowing from where the apparent differences in the world are not perceived to make a difference, so there does not appear to be more than one.

Nobody in a world where there seems to be more than one is walking around in a continuous state of not-knowing. To remain in the world – whether in a mundane or so-called spiritual way – you must constantly confirm that every one make a difference. And as that is not confirmed in a state of not-knowing, it will be on and off, until you are not willing to confirm, there is more than one. In that case, however, there is no more to state to be in, as it takes more than one to be in any kind of state

Hence there is nothing to hide that which always is, since it is formless and therefore endless, namely that which is one.

Yet you cannot remain in this state very long, because to appear as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, you must constantly confirm its apparent differences to make a difference. Hence this state is on and off until you are not willing to perceive the apparent differences to make a difference. Yet just a split second of it makes the time off from it much lighter.

This does not mean, however, that this will make you stay in a state of not-knowing, as when you for a shorter time – about 20 minutes, 45 minutes at the most – do not perceive differences to make a difference, there is no memory of a world where there seems to be more than one, and as it takes more than one to be in any kind of state, there is no state to be in.

Your existence as someone special is make-believe, which you try to make real with a list of made-up problems – like not being rich enough, pretty enough, young enough, clever enough and spiritual enough – so there always is something to fix.

That is, until you do not try to exclude what you judge to be wrong by blaming others for it but completely include it, so that there are no appearances to define you as someone definitive, and hence nothing appears to hide the formlessness of oneness.

For the same reason there is not someone to be and hence no consciousness to hide, there never was and never will be more than that which is one. Until then, let the memories of being nobody reminds you, that although you seem to be separated from that which is one, this separation is make-belief and using Alexius´ hacks it will be undone.

Inclusiveness is emptiness – and that is pure bliss [draft]

Once upon a time, Alexius assumed that when he justified feeling annoyed with the world outside of him, his irritation would go away and be replaced by relaxation.

But it was pretty stressful to always be on the lookout for something that he could blame for his irritation so that it did not seem to come from him but from something outside of him. See also the article Every moment is the perfect moment – also for dying in the rainforest about his experiences of this before he was rescued by a helicopter after having been stuck for two days without food and water in the rainforest.

Fortunately, he recognised that when he includes irritation by being it to such an extent that there is nothing else, there is not something to contrast it. Therefore, since the included cannot be categorised, it cannot be experienced to contrast relaxation. Hence there is nothing to label relaxation. Put in short, the apparent difference between the two opposing elements in a contrast is cancelled out when one of them are fully included.

To be fully inclusive does not mean you must go down memory lane to find hidden feelings from the past. To fully include something does not mean, you laboriously have to make sure every bit of it is included, but that there is a willingness to be nothing but what you include. In other words, it is not about perfection but willingness. Should that be be a bit lukewarm, you are still fully inclusive, if you are willing to include being irresolute.

It is never too late to include something from the past in the present and thus cancels out both the past and the present since the latter builds on the former. This has nothing to do with acceptance or forgiveness because inclusion leaves nothing to accept or forgive. Neither does it have anything to do with embracing or owning your feelings, as that enhances the belief in being someone definitive instead of undoing it.

This does not mean that every little detail must be included. What matters is that this is your intention. And if you are not a hundred per cent sure about that, a willingness to include everything is good enough. In a world defined by time and space, the colours we believe to see are based on the RYB colour model, where the primary colours are red, yellow and blue. These colours are subtracted from the colours of light, where the primary ones are red, green and blue (RGB). Adding the primary colours of the world (RYB) results in black, and so does the primary colours in the colour wheel of professional printing (CMYK). On the other hand, adding the primary colours of light results in white – see the middle in each colour model above. Television and computers, by the way, uses the colours of light. Depending on your conditioning, you will use either the RYB or RGB model to perceive the complementary colour to red, for example. As you can see in the illustration, it is green in the RYB model and cyan in the RGB model. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

In some ways, this inclusion can be compared to what happens when we, for example, experience something as red outside of us. Simultaneously, the brain generates its complementary colour cyan to cancel out the contrasting colours and replace them with a neutral grey inside us. As this happens so fast and most only see the world as conditioned, they do not notice red is complemented with cyan. Least of all, they notice the neutral grey inside them that have replaced the complementary colours. Instead, they hold onto the experience of red as a singular colour in a world outside of them.

The same applies to the complementary colour that emerges by mixing the primary ones. It also applies to the RYB and CMYK colour modes. Plus complementary feelings, such as love and hate. Grey is always the result of combining complementary colours, which you can see illustrated in the image with the square colours. And that cyan is the complementary colour of red, you see if you stare at red for a sustained time – thirty seconds to a minute – and then quickly look at a white surface. There you see the complementary colour, cyan or green, depending on what colour model you have conditioned yourself to live by.

But let us return to our story about irritation. When included, the apparent difference between irritation and relaxation is not perceived to make a difference. Since this state of neutrality or indifference rubs off on other contrasts, they become neutral, wherefore there is nothing to define you as someone definitive anymore.

In this state of not-knowing, you may get glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one as ethereal light, celestial music, intangible sensibility or taste. When the internet is down, the thoughts about what is possible to accomplish in cyberspace fade out. Until the internet returns, so does the image of what you appear to be there.

In some ways this is similar to a state of not-knowing, where thoughts that seem to manifest you as someone definitive are forgotten. Hence there is nobody to attribute an experience with a specific meaning. This nothingness is pure bliss.

But there is not someone to know this before a state of not-knowing is over, and the sweet memories of it reminds you of the bliss that comes from not believing to be definitive.

Since there is no awareness of being someone in a state of not-knowing, it is not before it is over that vague memories remind you of the bliss it is to not believe in being someone and thus having glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one. Be aware, though, this may not always happen, and if it does, remember that these glimpses are not that which is one. It cannot be experienced, as it takes more than one to be aware of something.

As already said, cancelling out the difference between the opposite sides of one contrast – anyone will do – is enough to bring you into a state of not knowing. But since there are many other contrasts, it ends when you again feel disturbed by the experience of something that you compulsive categorise as a specific feeling, for example hate, and, out of habit, try to exclude by justifying it with the world.

However, if you choose to include hatred, you are back in a state of not-knowing. Hate is included in the same way as irritation. In other words, when you are nothing but hatred, so there is not something else and therefore no love to define what you are. Thus you are in the bliss of emptiness.

By not excluding but fully including your feeling of worthlessness, you are nothing but that. Therefore, since there is no contrast to define you as worthless, you cannot be defined and therefore not limited by time and space. Thus you are in a state of not-knowing, which is pure bliss. Instead of cancelling out the apparent difference between the opposite sides of various contrasts by including them one after the other, you can include s fundamental contrast, such as right and wrong, via being nothing but right or wrong.

Since many contrasts are a variation of this one, the apparent difference between the two sides in a myriad of other contrasts is also cancelled out. Therefore, since the experience of being someone definitive falls apart, there is nobody to be bothered about what and where you appear to be. This is a state of not-knowing.

If you want to speed up the undoing of he belief in being someone definitive you include  fundamental contrasts like within and without, past and future, giving and receiving plus high and low. The most basic contrast, however, is expansion and contraction.

If you connect with the empty breath (see the article Take-offs into ´the empty breath´), this rhythmic contrast will slowly but surely undo itself and thereby anything experienced, as it is based on the belief that it is possible to expand something (see the article ´Alone together´ you bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one)..

In case you prefer going straight to a state of not-knowing without having to deal with contrasts, you include all thoughts and feelings popping up in this very moment, whether they appear positive or negative, associated with the past or whatnot. This is not similar to the concept of living in the now. It is an edited version of a moment, where thoughts and feelings involving the past or the future have been excluded.

If you have not disassociated yourself from something in your personality by blaming others for having caused it, you will not be upset every time you are reminded of you of past exclusion. No worries. As your experience of the present is shaped by the past, the inclusion of a present experience undoes the past as well, and therefore also the definition of you, so next time somebody remind you of the past, there is nobody to be upset about that.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

No need to wonder if hidden feelings from the past has been left out, when you include what you appear to be in the present moment, because that is the sum of the past. You do not even have to worry, if everything in the present moment is fully included, as willingness to so is all that is required.

Being in a state of not-knowing does not mean you do not appear to be someone in a world defined by time and space anymore, but that nobody is worried about it. Hence thoughts and feelings are not considered tools for manifesting you as someone definitive but simply for navigating in a world defined by time and space. Thus, pain can be used to prevent you from walking on a broken leg and fear from stepping out in front of a car.

Meditation is not needed to stop thoughts, when nobody is having them.

In this context, pain does not cause someone to suffer. Neither does fear make anyone frightened because when you do not use thoughts and feelings to establish being someone definitive, they are not experienced to result in anything specific.

In other words, thoughts and feelings do not appear to have any effect on you or the world perceived to be outside of you, nor do they seem to have been caused by you or anything else, when they are not excluded and thus included, since that renders them non-definable.

But this state of not knowing, will not last very long if the excitement of being someone definitive in a world defined by time and space seems more attractive than the bliss arising from the emptiness of not-knowing. If so, you probably twist the nothingness into an experience of something definable, for example unconditional love. Then you again appear to be someone definitive experiencing something specific in a world defined by time and space. Should that be your choice, stand by it because you can undo it by doing so.

Trying to understand inclusiveness and categorise when, why or how long you are in a state of not-knowing, before you return to the conscious expereience of being someone defined time and space again, complicate things. To be inclusive is simply to not be exclusive, and as that results in a state of not-knowing, you will not get there through understanding.

Neither will a state of not-knowing last if you do not return to the conscious experience of being someone definitive because after 20 minutes, 45 at most, without the acknowledgement of separation, the enlightenment of that which is one set in, which erases all experiences.

Simply put, as long as you appear to be in a world defined by time and space, a state of not-knowing is on and off. And it is more off than on because if the experience of time and space is not regularly repeated, there does not seem to be something substantial to disguise, there never was or will be anything but that which is one since it is formless and thus without beginning and end. Fortunately, the after-effect of just a split second in a state of not-knowing can last for years. Read more about that in The bliss of nothing.

If boxes like this one in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings seem disturbing in regard to being focused and centred, you have gotten it right. They are meant to do that.

To be in a state of not-knowing, you must stop caring about being centred, in balance or to focus and concentrate, as that is deeply founded in separating everything into categories, which is a way of excluding the feelings you do not like by placing them in mental boxes.

In regard to getting into a state of not-knowing multitasking is much more beneficial, because it distracts the brain from focusing, so that it becomes difficult to categorise an experience as different from another. Every moment is the perfect moment – also for dying in the rainforest [draft]

This article is about the rescue of Alexius from the rainforest, where he was about to die after two days without food and water. In television, they called him the hero who survived the wilderness. However, this is not about heroic stuff, but that every moment is the perfect moment.

In 2010 Alexius was stuck in a rainforest for two days without food and water. He followed a dried-out river down the mountain towards the sea, but the closer he came to the sea, the more impenetrable the rainforest became. At the end of the first day, Alexius gave up digging his way through the thorny lianas.

He hallucinated during the second day and prepared himself to die of cold and/or dehydration in the coming night. However, everything was so beautiful that it did not seem important to continue as a separated being. Besides, there was nothing unfulfilled in his personal life. Alexius´ mundane longings had all been met. But at the end of the second day, he was rescued by a helicopter.

The formlessness of life
Before the helicopter arrived, it was like the person inside the body of Alexius died per its script. But it was replaced by an impersonal version of him having only one goal: giving back everything it received to where it came from. The brain heavily backed this replacement because it thinks a self is not meant to be definitive but relative. Read more about that in hack #4.1 The basic self versus the special one.

However, since giving everything back to its source is beyond the brain, Alexius did not know how to do that. The brain suggested he should do something great for all mankind? But he sensed it was not about greatness. Actually, it was not about doing but perceiving. Since life is formless, a world defined by time and space is lifeless and thus a fantasy. But there is no illusion without reality, so every part of the fantasy symbolises the formlessness of life.

Therefore, when a world defined by time and space is perceived as a symbol of life, it goes back to the formlessness of life. Hence our experiences do not seem to have any effect, nor do they establish us as somebody definitive. See also hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life.

The world is a construction of fragmented thoughts
You can compare the formlessness of life to having just one thought. It is pure peace. But if that thought is divided into two, peace is over because they need to differ to appear divided. Therefore, one thought as a separate entity looks at the other as a world outside of it. And to uphold the illusion that there is more than one, the division goes on. The thought called the world is divided into black and white thoughts. The thought that watches a world in black and white outside of it is also divided into two, namely a judge and an executioner.

Thus we have a person who chooses between experiences divided into black and white. And then a judge who divides thoughts into right and wrong so the black experiences can be punished for being wrong. When the executioner has carried out the punishment, the Person feels good because now it is off the hook. Someone else is guilty of the mess separation seems to entail. Read more about projections here. However, since this arrangement sets other divisions in motion, the relief is short-lived. So, again and again, the interaction of Person, WorldJudge and Executioner is used to make someone else look bad and yourself good.

Although this happens as an inner dialogue inside a Person, it is often projected onto something seen as outside of it. For example, what feels wrong inside the World of a Person is projected on something perceived as the evil in the World outside of a Person, such as immigrants, the deep state or communists. The Judge may be projected on a god, parent, boss, or lover. And perhaps society is seen as the Executioner.

Nevertheless, this system never makes a Person feel good enough because it is the reason for feeling bad. Read more about that here. But let us return to Alexius in the rainforest to see how he dealt with it emotionally:

Enough is enough
Alexius had to make his way through lots of thorny lianas in the dried out river he followed down the mountain to get out of the rainforest. The thorny lianas came in bundles. Sometimes it took half an hour to pass a distance of them, that if not for the bushes of lianas tightly woven together could have walked in two minutes.

His feet were hurting because two nails had been ripped when he fell down the mountain several times due to branches being so dry that they broke when he tried to hold onto them. Moreover, due to the thorns in the bushes, his clothes were torn apart. His hands were full of blood. And each time he came out on the other side of a bundle of thorny bushes, he was so exhausted that he decided the immense beauty he saw was wrong.

Hence the Judge inside Alexius ruled that the experience of a World far away from the known one should be eliminated and the ones to blame for it should be punished. But, although the Executioner worked hard on doing that, the bad experience did not go away and the guilty ones could not be found. This enhanced Alexius´ feeling of being wrongful treated. But when he was about to explode, he suddenly had enough of feeling entrapped by conditioned judgments and solutions.

So he stopped deciding between right and wrong. Hence there was no punishment to be ruled out by the Judge and, consequently, nothing for the Executioner to set right. Of course, that did not mean the bad World disappeared. But that instead of trying to get rid of it, Alexius included it. Thus what he had perceived as bad did not seem to hide, everything was fine as it was. Nothing was wrong or missing. The moment was the perfect moment.

In the middle of nowhere, Alexius had no need to go anywhere. The moment was perfect as it was.

This was not an intellectual but an emotional change for Alexius. When he stopped trying to get rid of his frustrations of feeling stuck, he burst out in laughter because there was nothing he needed to escape. Thus the journey in the rainforest seemed to mirror running from the moment as it is until, suddenly, out of nowhere, Alexius did not look for anything to fix.

Life sees no differences
The foursome of Person, World, Judge and Executioner consider themselves essential in making a world defined by time and space appear real. Yet, they cannot do that without breathing. But it does not seem to care about them because no matter what and where the foursome makes us appear to be, the breath steadily goes on.

In other words, just like electricity does not see what a bulb illuminates in a room due to the power of electricity, the force behind the breath, namely life´s formlessness, does not know what it empowers. Also, like nobody illuminated by electricity can see it, a Person empowered by life´s formlessness cannot realise it because it is not contained in what it empowers. That is why, like a movie or a book consists of nothing but symbols, the foursome and everything they seem to manifest is a symbol of life.

In the case of Alexius, he is aware of this because having vague memories of falling through a black hole into the formlessness of oneness, he knows there is nothing but the formlessness of oneness (see hack #6.1 From the inner senses through a black hole into that which is one). However, that is beyond the subject of this article. So we round up by exploring the perfect moment Alexius discovered in the rain forest:

A perfect moment is all-inclusive
Life´s formlessness includes everything because formlessness is endless, so there is nothing but that. Since a perfect moment is inclusive, it confirms the formlessness of life, whereas living in the now denies it, as it excludes thoughts of the perceived future and past.

A perfect moment can last the whole hour you bravely make your way through bushes of thorny lianas, or the second you feel the horror of going through thorny bushes replaced with the relief of getting out, or the minutes you see a helicopter circling around to find you. Or a whole day where you forget everything about the perfect moment and hate the rainforest.

Any thought or feeling passing by is part of the totality that makes a perfect moment. It is not flawless like a music video, though. There are ups and downs, but they are comparable to the thrill of riding up and down on a roller coaster.

The idea of a perfect moment or giving symbols of life back to life´s formlessness only works within a world defined by time and space. Therefore, like anything else in such a world, they must be given up at some point. ´To give up´ must also go, as it is only in such a world there is something to give up.

In other words, the articles in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are written within the illusion of a world defined by time and space. Otherwise, there would be nothing to write about!

APPENDIX
In 1972 Alexius bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one. However, after telling someone about it, he realised he could not share it. Hence he refrained from that until meeting his astral friend Gudruång on a trip to Crete in 2004. But it was not until after Alexius was rescued from the rainforest, that Gudruång told him to tell his story about the enlightenment of that which is one to the world.

It took a year before Alexius began writing and two more years before he started publishing it. And he had no idea that it would turn into eight duality hacks. Actually, he had never used the word duality before he started writing his enlightened non-teachings.

At first, he was blown out by his realisation in the rainforest that every moment is the perfect moment. But maybe this was more a personal thing. After all, not many can go on a similar trip into the rainforest. Besides, it is pretty dangerous. So maybe you are better off going with the duality flow, which is very much like a perfect moment. We tend to notice those parts of the world with the most significant distinction, but if you pretend to be someone in the world instead of believing to be ´there´, you do not perceive differences to make a difference. PREFACE:
Exclusiveness is imperfection, and inclusiveness is perfection. This does not mean that everything included is perfect. None of the parts is perfect, but when all thoughts and feelings about reading this, for example, are included, it is a perfect moment.

This is not to say you must include every tiny detail of what you read, but that you include everything as you perceive it. So-called negative thoughts are included as well as the so-called positive ones. Both past and future are included.* But if you, out of habit, exclude something, you do not have to correct your routine. You just included your pattern of excluding.

To make long short, if you do not try to escape the moment as it is by excluding what you judge to be wrong, you have no needs. Consequently, the moment feels perfect. This does not mean you may not crave something, but you are not attached to getting it.

PART 1:
It is not (good) enough,
or there must be more are the two common mantras of the seeker – and it is also the foundation for a world where there seems to be more than one. No moment is not good enough as it is. Something has to be improved. Love, for example, has to be more unconditional, pure or whatnot.

Taking a step now, you put one foot forward into the future, while the other foot remains in the past. In other words, there is no living in the now without the past and the future. That is why those trying to live in the now by excluding the past and the future never get it. And those including everything as it has the tranquillity of a perfect moment.

A perfect moment can last a split second while say »Fuck you« – or it can last an hour while you have a daydream about tomorrow or the whole night together with your lover. Including is what it is all about – or rather not to exclude because that means everything is included.

So if you do not exclude anything at this moment, no matter if it contains thoughts about the past and the future or if they are positive or negative, then there is nothing to imply anything is missing. Thus the moment feels perfect.

Meditation or other techniques supposed to make you spiritual cannot do that because they exclude something. Hence they are making separation real and, therefore, you as someone special in a world of duality. In other words, the so-called spiritual techniques prolong the agony of being someone definitive instead of undoing the belief in being that.

Jesus, who the do-gooders often refer to around Christmas regarding peace, said: »I will not bring peace, but dissension, fire, sword and war«. Hence those, who fight the shit in themselves by projecting it onto others, may see the war in themselves. Read more about that in hack #4.4 The duality flow goes to non-duality.

The reason you choose to block out the present moment by excluding part of it is that being fully present the shit inside you is exposed. So until you do not try to look pure, you will be on the run from a perfect moment.

Get physical!

The world is made up of appearances separated by time and space. So you cannot escape appearing as someone definitive by transforming your appearance through meditation, prayer, and chanting. That enhances the belief in being someone definitive, as only such a person can do so something. PART 2:
The advanced spiritual seeker is trying to avoid peak experiences – via meditation and tantra sex, for example – based on the idea that oneness is tranquillity. But that which is one can be compared to an unlimited stream of peak experiences, that change at such a speed, that there is no time for a person to differentiate them from each another, neither for a person to establish itself there, wherefore nobody is experiencing the peace of everything at one.

This has nothing to do with the state of mind one obtains via meditation, tantra, chanting, praying or other means of excluding unpleasant experiences. It is based on a wish to distance oneself from feeling the moment as it is and float all over it instead of being wide awake.

So what should a spiritual seeker do? The whole foundation of this question is misleading because there is no spirituality in a world defined by time and space because spirituality is formless. So as long as you appear to be in a world defined by time and space, you better forget about spirituality and adjust to the ways of such a world.

Fortunately, these ways can also be used to undo the belief in being there. Since this belief depends on separation, which seems to come into being through exclusion, you can be inclusive instead of exclusive. Being fully inclusive leaves nothing to define a world outside of you, neither to define you. In other words, there is nobody to experience something, which means nothing appears to hide that which cannot be experienced, namely spirituality.

If not including everything you experience but only part of it, you still appear to be someone definitive in a world defined by time and space. But you and the world seem for a moment less definable because the apparent differences do not appear to make a difference. This is called a perfect moment in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings.

PART 3:
Is it due to your power that you do not fall off the earth? No, it is the force of gravity. Is it you who controls breathing? No, a respiratory control centre at the base of your brain controls breathing. Is it you, who think? No, just like you are not the maker of gravity and the breath, nor are you the maker of thoughts.

Thoughts can be compared to seeing a cloud passing by that for a moment looks like a dog. But there is no dog in the sky. It is a hallucination – and so is the meaning of any thought that seems to pass by. They are meaningless frequencies that you try to assign with a purpose so that they seem to be your invention, and you, therefore, are someone definitive.

The clothes you are wearing are not you, neither are the thoughts you seem to think. But it is difficult to use them, if you mistake them for you.

Yet trying to stop them from passing by is the end of what you appear to be because it is nothing but a construction of thoughts. But why should you want to stop them at all. On the contrary, they are of great help in a world where there seems to be more than one. When you, for example, want to look up the bus schedule, you can pick thoughts passing by that are good for that purpose. See also the article A joyful life.

The faster thoughts spin, the quicker the person you consider yourself to be, seems to fall apart because there is not enough time to understand them or select precisely those that seem to uphold an image of you as someone definitive.

In those cases – unless you are in a situation that needs physical presence – go with the flow and have your mind blown. So blown that it does not know what is up or down, in or out and past or future leaving. This is such a relief that every moment is the perfect moment. This can be an ignition of the empty breath, which you can read about in hack #5.2 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing.

To stop or to control thoughts is not the way to a perfect moment but to numbness. The inclusion of confusion and uncertainty but most of all, the extreme speed of thoughts leads to a perfect moment. When everything is fast-moving, the mind does not have the time to divide everything into categories.

Well, anything that is devoid of what you have defined as meaningful leads to a perfect moment. Therefore, if you do not try to express yourself as someone significant, you will be meaningless, so every moment is perfect!

When you know there is nothing to hope for, there is nothing to hide that which is one

PART 1:
The way a computer is organised like a desktop with folders and subfolders gives the impression that there are things of different size and importance to find on different levels. This is not because it actually is so. On the contrary. There is no organisation at all. It is all stored chaotically and non-dimensionally on a flat hard disk. Yet it is made to appear on the screen as if everything is organised in time and space because that is the way a person expects life to be.

The world, that we appear be in, can be compared to a computer. What we seem to see in the world is an illusion layered on top of reality, that has nothing to do with the way the world is perceived.

There is no universe in the way a person perceives it. What is there can be compared to flat data from a flat hard disk, that is programmed to look like a 3D world on the screen, when you wear special glasses to help the brain fooling you into believing, you see such a world.  In other words, the reality of life is not dimensional but flat. Dimensions are make-believe.

What you seem to see in the world appears to have different sizes and to last for a certain time, as if it exist in a world made by time and space. But in reality there is no time and space. There is no more than that which is one, which has no size and cannot be seen, as that would require more than one.

Life is real, and what is real cannot be seen in a make-believe world. Just like when you are engaged in a virtual world on a computer, you cannot see what it is covering. And you may not even want to see what it is covering, because that will ´destroy´ the illusion of the world, where you appear to be someone special.

It is you as the observer, who is moving to create the illusion of time and space. In reality nothing moves, because reality is that which is one. Your first move is to depart from the reality and imagine there is more than that which is one, namely an observer and the observed.

The next move is to forget, you are split in two and only identify with the observer, who keeps moving around the observed as if it is outside the observer and appears to move in time in a dimensional way.

You cannot know what is real, as long as you hope for something, because the reality is not something
To not cover up the reality of life, you have to give up the excitement of a make-believe world, that only seems to be there, because you have distanced yourself from reality, so that what you by appearing to observe from different angles can divide it into fragments that is used to fabricate a layer on top of reality where there seems to be more than one.

In oneness there is no universe. There is nothing but that which is one. That is why there is nothing but peace.

To appear separated from the reality of that which is one is fearful. That is why you cannot be at peace when you believe to be in a world, where there seems to be more than one. Besides peace is real and there is no room for reality in an imagined world. You are bound to get confused in such a world. You cannot know what is real and what is not, as long as you mistake the imagination for reality.

To hope for peace requires more than one, and as there is no more than that which is one, hope separates – and separation entails fear.

When you hope for nothing, there is nothing to hide that which is real
Who am I, is a question that has been asked for ages, but in a make-believe world, everything is imagined, so there is no way to know that which is you in such a world. Well, it is not possible to know at all, because that which is you t is no different from that which is one, and it takes more than one to know something. Yet, in a world, where there seems to be more than one, you can know that which is not you, namely someone specific in a make-believe world.

The belief that you are someone definitive – whether it seems to be a so-called spiritual or mundane one  – is, of course, confusing, when the reality is that there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one. So how to undo the belief in something unreal?

No matter how many folders you search on a computer to find its secret, and no matter how deep you go into subfolders, you have not gotten anywhere, because the folders are not really there. They are an illusion layered on top of the source code of the computer, that contains nothing but meaningless combinations of zeros and ones.

When you are out of hope, you know there is nothing to hope for in a world where there seems to be more than one, and so the need to believe it is possible to be someone definitive vanishes. Without this belief, there is not something to hide reality, which is the formlessness of that which is one.

Contrary to that which is one, a world, where there seems to be more than one, is structured. It is as meaningless as a the structure of a game like Monopoly, that you must follow as long as you appear to be on that cardboard. You can have much fun doing so, but if you try to go deeper into it, the fun is over, because it is just a flat cardboard, so if you experience deepness there, you are fooling yourself. Likewise there is nothing deeper in a world, where there seems to be more than one. It is nothing but empty space. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Contrary to the formlessness of that which is one, a world where there seems to be more than one is very structured. But the structure is as meaningless as the one, you must follow when you play a game like Monopoly. There is nothing else in the world of Monopoly than what you see, so if you experience something more profound, you are fooling yourself. Likewise, there is nothing else in a world where there seems to be more than one than what you see. There is neither nothing inside or because nothing that can be seen is real. There is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless, and as it takes more than one to see something, everything that can be seen is an illusion made from empty space. PART 2:
If you have been following Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, it probably comes as no surprise, that it is an illusion to be deep, and that superficiality is recommended because nothing in a world where there seems to be more than one is real. Superficiality is preferable in the sense that deepness tends to lead to a deeper belief in being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, whereas relating to whatever appears to be part of such world – including chakras and whatnot – in a superficial way make it seems less real. And the less real you perceive a world where there seems to be more than one, the less there is to hide there is no more than the formlessness of oneness.

To hope for something in a world where there seems to be more than one is to go deeper into it, and so is searching for something there or beyond it. The natural way of relating to what is not real is to not take it seriously and relate to in a superficial way.

That being said, the above statements are written by someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, so they are based on knowing the world is not real. When you know that, it is easy to see what you need to do, while you seem to be in the world because you do not need to do anything but simply follow the flow.

One way to go with the flow is to perceive everything, that seems to happen, in a way so that their apparent differences make no difference. If you, for example, choose to perceive everything as symbols of life, the whole world – including what you seem to be there – becomes symbolic. Consequently, you appear to be in the world but not of it, so when this appearance is all over the transition to reality, namely that which is life, is unproblematic.

To be angry or to be joyful is the same

PART 1:
The reason for abandoning that which is one in favour of a world where there seems to be more than one may differ from person to person. One general reason though is the craving for being and having more than that which is one. And anger that this is not possible, since formlessness is endless and therefore everything, so there is no more than that which is one.

The purpose of believing to be a separated creature in a body is that in the body you can hide what you do judge to be wrong, so an image of you being right can be fabricated.

Yet it is not possible to feel anger in oneness since that requires more than one. So anger is not something you feel but that which is you, and as there is no difference between that and the formlessness of oneness and there is nothing outside it, anger cannot be escaped.

When somebody else or your own body is blamed for the anger, so you seem to be off the hook and on a path of love. See also the article The YOU finger and the three ME fingers.

But what if there was something outside of oneness. If so there would be somewhere to escape – and so you imagine a whole world outside of that which is one where there seems to be more than one and keep imagining ´what if´. In this world you can hide the anger in the body, you seem to have, or project it onto other bodies, which is the main purposes of the appearance of them, as they not only seem to hide your anger but also that there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one.

Only in a world where there seems to be more than one is it possible to experience a contrast like that of joy and anger. This or any other feeling is, however, an illusion, as reality is that which is one and it takes more than one to feel something. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Yet none of the imagined appearances in a world where there seems to be more than one lasts, so sooner or later anger seems to be yours again. And nothing will really help you to get rid of it or any other feeling that you brought into a world where there seems to be more than one. Fortunately, you do not have to get rid of anything, if everything seen is perceived as symbols of that which makes it possible to imagine, there is anything to see at all, namely the formlessness of that which is one.

Hence the apparent difference between anger and joy does not appear to make a difference, and when everything is the same there is peace.

That everything is the same in the sense that every appearance symbolises the formlessness of that which is one, does not mean that you should not acknowledge the apparent between for example you and me, but that you do not interpret it to make a difference.

To perceive differences in that way is not ultimate reality though but a simulation of it. No worries. By seeing every appearance as a symbol of that which is one, you are not identified with being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, and so you are bidding welcome the formlessness of that which is one, and as that is no different from that which is you it is only a matter of time the symbols do not appear to hide that which they are symbolising.

How long this will take is not important, because time is a symbol of that which is one and like all other symbols an illusion. So even though you appear to be waiting to return that which is you, it is not so. That is where you are there. It is not possible to be anywhere else.

When nothing is excluded, there is nothing to define you, and thus nothing to hurt you. And as nothing, you are free to fall into the formlessness of that which is one. The animation is grabbed from the web.

PART 2:
Just like there are no memories of you as someone in a physical world when having dreams while being at sleep in such a world, there are no memories of you as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one when the body you identified as yours is dying.*

Yet all the thoughts and feelings, that you excluded in order for them to define you as what you were not in a world where there seems to be more than one, chaotically and speedily are rushing by. If you for example excluded negativity in order to be defined as not negative but positive in a world where there seems to be more than one, negativity will rush by mixed up with everything else excluded.

But as there is no experience of a world where there seems to be more than one, you cannot escape this in the way you used to, namely by projecting unwanted thoughts and feelings on somebody else. Neither would that be meaningful in regard to making up an identity of you as someone special, because there is not somebody else, who can define you in relation to them.

You are on your own, always was and always will be, because there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. Also when you experienced to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. That was a make-believe world maintained by the brain. In the moments of death, however, it does not have the power to maintain this illusion.

If you do not believe to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, you cannot suffer from pain, because it takes more than one to have a specific experience.

For the same reason there is nobody to share the pain of loneliness, that all those excluded thoughts and feelings rushing by seem to bring about, with – or in any way get help to surpass this apparent hell.

It feels like there is no solution. But there is, because if all thoughts and feelings are included, there is no need for a world where there seems to be more than one, so instead of feeling as if you are about to explode, you are at peace, slowly falling into the formlessness of that which is one, where there is no loneliness, as it takes more than one to be alone.

APPENDIX:
Since it takes more than one to be conscious of something, it is only in a world where there seems to be more than one this is possible, so do if you do not want the belief in such a world to hide that there is no more than that which is one, do not hang onto consciousness, when you at the moment of death seem to lose it.

And as the consciousness of such wold is limiting, it hides the formlessness of oneness, which is everything there is, since formlessness is endless. So when you on the moment of death seem to lose consciousness of such a world or anything else, do not hang onto it, because it takes more than one to be conscious, so without it, there is nothing to hide, there is no more than that which is one.

Not hanging onto the conscious of being someone at all, feels like the end of you, but it is not the end of anything else than the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

How to find peace

»When the outer has become as the inner, and the lower as the upper, then will this world find peace.« Jesus, according to the Gospel of Thomas.

When the apparent difference between outer and inner, lower and upper, make no difference, dimensions cease to appear. For something to be defined by time and space, it needs to be different from something else. If there is no difference experienced, there is no separation to hide there is no more than the formlessness of oneness since formlessness is endless.

In other words, what is dimensional does not exist. It only seems so as long as you insist on perceiving differences as if they make a difference. This illusion is the starting point of believing to be in a world defined by time and space. It is fabricated by imagining it is possible to observe the formlessness of oneness from different angles, making it appear as if different dimensional scenarios are occurring in linear time.

To make long short: By observing you repress, reality is the formlessness of oneness and not a world defined by time and space.

But you cannot choose to be anything else than the formlessness of oneness, as formlessness is endless, so there is no more than that which is one. You can, however, imagine being someone in a world defined by time and space, where everything appears to be in different sizes that you can choose from.

It can be fun pretending to be where you are not, but believing you are there feels like imprisonment you want to escape. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Unfortunately, all experiences are deceptive. Think, for example, about the Earth that is experienced to be flat even though it is round. Nothing in the world is what it seems to be. Actually, it is nothing but empty space. That is why happiness cannot be found ´there´ no matter how big your home is, your breast or penis is, or how small your ego appears to be.

But if you do not believe to be someone definitive in a world defined by time and space, you can have fun pretending to be ´there´. Just like – within the context of such a world – it can be fun pretending to be someone in the virtual world of a video game.

Yet believing to be in a world defined by time and space, you will be frustrated by what it delivers because nothing lasts no matter its size or apparent greatness, regardless it seems to be spiritual or mundane. So there will always be fear of loss, and as you still have vague memories of the formlessness of peace, it is a reminder that you have lost it. But this you cannot see until the feeling of loss is exposed instead of fenced off by the anger used to accuse something in a world defined by time and space for having caused it so that the formlessness of peace remains hidden,

In other words, although peace is always present since it is formless and therefore endless, it appears to be hidden when you hide your apparent loss of it behind anger. In contrast, the exposure of the essential sadness entailed by the loss of peace makes it possible to feel why you are sad, namely because you believe to be someone definitive. Hence you are not far from wanting to have this belief undone so that it does not hide there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one … and that is peace.

Suppose the unpleasant feeling of anger, just like any other feeling, is perceived as a symbol of that which makes it possible to experience a world where there seems to be more than one, instead of being a denial of that which is one. One effortless way to take the edge off anger is to perceive it for what it is, namely a symbol of reality, because it would not be possible to experience an illusion without that which is real. In other words, everything in a world defined by time and space is a symbol of the formlessness of that which is one – including anger, love, god, angels, soul and whatnot – and perceived like that, the sting is taken out of anger.

If you are looking for new experiences, no matter how high or pure they may seem to be, you have turned yourself into a victim of the future.

What you want is what you do not have, so if you presume that peace is what you want, the first step is to realise that you are fooling yourself. You cannot want peace because, contrary to the excitement, it is that which is you.

But you can want not to hide peace with dreams of excitement.

The foundation of a world where there seems to be more than one is separation. First, that which is one seems to become two and then more and more – and this is what such a world is about. Yet to be or have more does not lead to more peace, but more separation and therefore a feeling of more loss, enhancing the hope for more.

There is nothing exciting about peace. Nevertheless, it is that which is life – not the kind of life though that appears to have an end. It has no beginning or end and thus no size. And as excitement always is evoked by something definable that is expected to give you lasting happiness when it is achieved in the future, there is no excitement in peace.

As peace is that which is one, and as that which is you is no different from that which is one, it is found when nobody is looking for it.

What is said in this article about excitement also applies to hope. Peace leaves you nothing to hope for.

When not rushing around to get excited about this and that, boredom will reveal the peace of that which is.

If you are not looking for excitement, you do not need to look for ways to relax.

Excitement is based on the idea that there must be more than that which is one. But no matter how excited or high you get, it is not enough. Any excitement or state of mind will enhance your motive of looking for excitement, namely to be or have more, so any achievement motivates you to look for more.

To be connected is an imagination based on the belief in separation, as you imagine a connection to something separated from you.

Most persons, who consider themselves spiritual, agree that the world is in the eye of the beholder. If so, it seems those persons are fucked up because they always complain about the world and say it is missing something or something should be changed so there can be peace.

Peace needs nothing because it is formless and therefore endless, so it is everything. And so is that which is you, since there is no more than peace.

Peace has no privacy because it is without knowledge, consciousness and everything else that requires more than one.

When you believe to be someone definitive, you expect to be in a constant state of excitement. However, to feel excited, you must also be willing to feel bored because if excitement is not contrasted, you will not know when you feel it.

But as you always are on a quest for more excitement to hide, that believing to be someone definitive is very dull, you do not have time to be bored. Hence no matter how much you look for something to give you a kick, you find nothing.

And yet you do. That is, if you recognise, you find nothing, as this cannot be sensed without sensing the contrast of it, namely everything.

And having everything, there is no more to look for. Neither is there someone definitive to do so, since everything is that which is one, as it is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than the formlessness of oneness. And that is nothing but peace.

Hack #2.4 Peace of non-duality versus the excitement of duality is not meant to stop you from being excited, not even from desiring it. Nothing in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings is about controlling or avoiding anything to get better because nothing in it is about getting better, but about undoing the belief that you are someone definitive.

This happens if you look at the excitement and everything else as symbols of that, which makes it possible to experience something like that, namely that which is one because when everything is a symbol of the same, their apparent difference makes no difference.

Hence the basis for the belief in separation is gone, and without it, you cannot be someone definitive. So by applying this hack, you can feel excited without enhancing the belief in being someone definitive, and hence the suffering it entails.

In other words, you can have fun appearing as someone definitive while at the same time undoing the belief that you are someone at all so that it becomes exciting undoing the belief that there is anything to be excited about.

  • Peace cannot be found, and neither is it necessary, since that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one, and as formlessness is endless, there is no more than oneness, and therefore nothing to disturb its eternal peace. In other words, only someone who wants to hide the formlessness of oneness has an answer to this question or other questions like ´who am I´.
