++ Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment

There is no life in the world. It is to be compared to a dream, which, no matter how beautiful it may appear, is an illusion.

Although the formlessness of that which is one it is the power making it possible to simulate a world where there seems to be more than one, it is not possible for it to be in the simulation – just like it is not possible for the street simulated in this image to be in the picture, or for a dreamer to be in the dream empowered by it.

When the formlessness of life is perceived as the sole cause of any experience – whether so-called spiritual or mundane – you never play somebody else´s game. Even if it may seem so, they are not the reason for what you appear to do and say. Neither is the person you seem to be.

There is only one reason for your apparent thoughts, feelings, conversations and actions, namely the formlessness of life. In other words, it is not someone definitive who thinks, feels, says or does something.

As life is formless and thus without beginning and end, everything definable is lifeless. Yet everything without life symbolises it, because there is no more than the formlessness of life.

This does not mean that it is the formlessness of life that thinks, feels, says or does something. But that it is the energy which makes it possible to experience as if someone is doing this, although there is no more than the formlessness of life since formlessness has no beginning or end.

Neither does it mean, that you have found the formlessness of life in a world defined by time and space, but that everything there is perceived to be a symbol of it. As both the experiencer and the experienced therefore are symbols of that which makes it possible to perceive a world where the formlessness of life seems to be divided into more than one, the apparent differences in such a world do not make a difference.

The echo of that which is one, which often is symbolised by the words Aum, Sohang or The Word of God and which comes from the edge of the universe can be heard or felt right now via the inner senses, because they are not limited by time and space.

The echo of that which is one, which often is symbolised by the words Aum, Sohang or The Word of God and which comes from the edge of the universe can be heard or felt and heard via the inner senses because they are not limited by time and space.

Hearing or feeling the echo of life
Appearing in a world defined by time and space as a symbol of the formlessness of life, you do not pump up the volume of music to hear or feel it, but to be reminded that it is the formlessness of life that makes it possible to have the experience of hearing and feeling something.

The echo of oneness does not reveal what that which is one is, but what it is not, namely the nothingness in which you believe to be someone definitive in a tangible world.

This is not to say, that the formlessness of life can be heard and/or felt in a world defined by time and space. It is not possible to hear or feel formlessness. But it is possible to hear the echo of it coming from the edge of the universe. This unpronounceable vibration, which often is symbolised by Aum, Sohang or The Word of God, is heard or felt when you are more attentive to the world of the inner senses than that of the outer ones.

The Hebrew word Elohim was originally a symbol for one perpetual present.

The word god, which is a translation of the Hebrew word Elohim, was at first meant to be a metaphor for that which is one and never ends. Hence the word god was originally meant to symbolise one perpetual present. As this is not understandable, when you believe to be someone in a world of linear time, the meaning of the word gradually was changed, so that god became a symbol for one almighty force believed to have created the world defined by time and space in its own image.

But what is not definable cannot create something definable. Hence a world defined by time and space is an illusion and so is the perceived creator of such a world.

As none of the aspects of the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be experienced, the experience of hearing or feeling the unpronounceable vibration coming from the edge of the universe is not the enlightenment of that which is one but a glimpse of it. Neither is seeing or tasting the enlightenment of that which is one, since it is an experience and therefore just as illusionary as any other experience (see All experiences are equally unreal).

But as these illusionary glimpses of enlightenment is not of the world experienced by the outer senses but by the inner senses, experiencing them from there while still being aware of the world of the outer senses, they have the capacity to undo the deception of the outer senses – not abruptly like the enlightenment of that which is one, but little by little. Click here if you want to read more about the distinction between the enlightenment of that which is one and glimpses of it.

In the world of the outer senses you must always plan for the future in order to uphold the illusion of linear time.

The more the outer senses, that perceive a world defined by time and space, is turned inwards, the more a world not limited by time and space is experienced by the inner senses. This is why it takes no time to go to the edge of the universe (you can read more about the illusion of time by clicking here) – where the echo of the primordial vibration, that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises, is used to create a fantasy of a world constructed by time and space in such a way that it seems to be real until you hear or feel this echo.

This is the Hindi symbol of ´sohang´ – grabbed from the web

The Hindi symbol of Sohang.

»With every exhalation the soul recites ‘Hang’ and with every inhalation it recites ‘So’. Thus every soul counts the mantra of Sohang (So plus Hang) twenty-one thousand and six-hundred times every day and night.« Gherand Samhita, stanza 84.

In Eastern religions the echo of god or rather one perpetual present is symbolised by the word ´Aum´ or ´Sohang´ and in the New Testament by ´The Word of God´: »In the origin The Word had been existing and That Word had been existing with God and That Word was himself God.« John 1:1, Aramaic Bible in Plain English.

One who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one perceives ´The Word´ in the above quote as a metaphor for the unpronounceable vibration you hear or feel when not being totally focused on experiencing the world of the outer senses. The unenlightened, however, speculates about what exact words this is hinting at, even though there is not a single verse in the Bible referring to ´The Word of God´, as if it is written or can be spoken.

The vibration that AUM or Sohang symbolizes comes from the edge of the universe, which is only far away if you let yourself be deceived by a world defined by linear time as experienced through the outer senses.

Glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one is an echo of the formlessness of oneness coming out of a black hole at the edge of the universe. This includes the vibration that is often symbolised by the words Aum, Sohang or The Word of God and which is as close to you, as anything else you experience to be close in the world of the outer senses, if you are not deceived by them into believing that you are constricted by the definitions of time and space. The world of the inner senses is not ruled by these definitions, so there you can go directly to the edge of the universe and hear or feel the formlessness of that which is one coming out of a black hole. It is also there that you see or taste it.

One way to turn the outer senses inwards in order to hear or feel the echo of oneness is to not be exclusive but inclusive. When you include all that you hear or feel completely unedited – or rather are willing to do so – the sum of everything in the world of the outer senses is heard as a humming coming from the edge of the universe. It sounds or feels like nothing and everything at the same time.

In such a perfect moment you appear to be both in the world of the outer and inner senses at the same time but without any sense of separation between them. A perfect moment though is not a moment where you are filled up with new energy or anything else since you are indifferent to the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one. Being that, however, is very blissful.

You can also use the word Aum or Sohang as a launching pad for hearing or feeling the humming coming from the edge of the universe. Read the article Life has no secrets to learn how to do this without having to spent years of meditating, chanting and whatnot.

If you want to read especially about the inner senses check the previous article A reintroduction of enlightenment, inner and outer senses, or the next one The ins and outs of the inner senses, or the older ones Beyond the senses – or the outer senses versus the inner ones and The inner senses, enlightenment of that which is one and glimpses of it.

Be aware that the ways described in this article to have glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one will not work, if you look forward to be or have more in a spiritual, mental, emotional or materialistic way. This does not mean, you must avoid being or having more but not care about how much.

When your eyes become single, there is no separation to hide the enlightenment of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When your eyes become single, there is no separation to hide the enlightenment of that which is one.

The third eye
Appearing in the world as a symbol of life you do not close your eyes to go to sleep, but to see glimpses of the formlessness of life, which is done via the inner sense called the third eye, that is a single ´eye´ in the middle of the two eyes above the two eyebrows.

»The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.« Matt 6:22, King James Bible. This makes much sense to one who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one but obviously not to the unenlightened, because in the new international version of the New Testament this sentence has been changed to: »The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are healthy, your whole body will be full of light.«

How this makes sense to the unenlightened, Alexius does not know. Yet he knows it makes no sense to one who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

When you for whatever reason – maybe due to being very desperate, drunk or tired – have no energy to focus, the enlightenment of that which is one is bid welcome. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The enlightenment of that which is one is bid welcome by completely closing down the outer senses. First time this happened for Alexius was when he in his early 20s returned home totally exhausted after a long nights work of taxi driving and simply was too tired to focus.

In other words, to be offbeat, exhausted, confused or maybe even drunk is a way to close the outer senses, so that there is no world to see and therefore nothing to hide the enlightenment of that which is one. In fact anything that is not part of a scheme to fabricate images defined by time and space will do.

If that includes drugs Alexius does not know, because he has not experienced them. Yet he can say that from looking at others taking drugs, that it seems to be more about expanding the consciousness of a world where there seems to be more than one than undoing it.

»Direct your eyes toward the middle of the eyebrows and meditate upon your own self. It is Shambhavi Mudra, the most secret practice of all the Tantra scriptures.« Gherand Samhita, stanza 59.

The positioning of the body, while activating the third eye, does not matter.

The positioning of the body, while activating the third eye, does not matter, as long as the body does not bother you.

Practically speaking you can close the visual outer sense and open the inner eye by closing the eyes and lightly, without any concentration, hold a finger on the third eye. It is best to do this in a dark room, so you do not think the revelation of light comes from the world of the outer senses.

If something like this is dechiffered into different colors and forms, you will have glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, but if you do not judge any colors or forms to be different from each other the apparent differences will explode into one bright light.

If having an inner vision like this and it is deciphered into an experience of different colours and shapes around a centre, it is a glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one. If you on the other hand do not judge the apparent different colours and forms to make a difference or to come from somewhere specific, one bright and colourless light, that seems to explode from out of nowhere wipes out all thoughts collected to form you into someone definitive, so that there is nothing to hide that there never was and never will be anything else than the formlessness of oneness, because formlessness has no end.

As the sense of sight is always looks for the greatest contrast of light, your closed eyes automatically search around in the darkness until they move inwards and upwards towards the third eye from where they settle down at a light show expose at such a speed that the apparent contrast between the splashes of colours hardly can be perceived.

If no contrasts are perceived at all the colours turn into a white light, that is so bright that it is not contrasted by something or illuminating anything. That is the enlightenment of that which is one.

»Touching eyeballs as a feather, lightness between them opens into the heart and there permeates the cosmos.« Sochanda Tantra, stanza 13.

If your eyes do not automatically move inwards and upwards into the area of the inner senses, that is above the eyebrows, you may help them by gently pressing the thumb and middle finger across each eyeball from outer corner to inner, while having the forefinger on the third eye.

But this is not really commendable, since even the slightest effort requires focus, and it is not focus but defocus that bids welcome the enlightenment of that which is one or glimpses of it. Furthermore this may give you the impression that certain physical postures will open the third eye.

None of the inner senses can be reached via a specific posture or way of thinking. Deactivating the outer senses, however, can be achieved in this way, so if you find a specific technique that seems to be helpful in this regard by all means go for it. Yet the fastest way to deactivate the outer senses is to not know what and where you are.

»… and there shall be no light there, and they need no candle there, neither the light of the sun, for the Lord God giveth them light.« Rev. 22:5

The thought construction that seems to keep you together as someone tangible is left at the edge of a black hole.

The thought construction that seems to keep you together as someone tangible must be left at the edge of a black hole, so that there is nothing to gracefully fall into the formlessness of oneness.

When you momentarily do not know what and where you are, there is nobody to prevent glimpses of enlightenment to merge into one bright white light, namely the enlightenment of that which is one, which extracts all thoughts, that you have hold onto in order to appear as someone definitive, and leave them at the edge of what may look like a black hole, so that there is nobody to experience the nothingness of you gracefully falling into the formlessness of that which is one.

You can read more about a black hole in the article The ins and outs of a black hole.

Enlightenment is not an out-of-the-body experience as it is not an experience, but its preliminary stage of bliss and compassion, which is connected to the world via the pineal gland, is an experience that is often perceived to be out-of-the-body.

Enlightenment of that which is one is not an out-of-body experience. It is not an experience at al. But its preliminary stages of bliss and compassion, which in the world may to be connected with the pineal gland, is something that can be experienced as an out-of-body experience.

Most, however, are afraid of loosing their identity, so they settle for glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, which is like a blissful out-of-body experience – presumably linked to the pineal gland, that appears to foster states like that.

If you are not tempted to stop at this state of bliss, but to go where someone definitive cannot go, namely into the enlightenment of that which i one, it is not an out-of-body experience. On the contrary, there is no experience at all, neither consciousness, because to experience or be consciousness about something requires more than one.

If you want to return from the enlightenment of that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one, you must pick up the thought construction, that was left at the edge of a black hole before you entered it, in order to be shaped as someone definitive.

Returning from the enlightenment of that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one, you cannot know, you have been at the other side of a black hole, because you were not there and there is not another side, since there is no more than that which is one. In other words, the person you appear to be is not enlightened. Yet, due to your vague memories of that which is one, you are to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

It is not possible though for somebody else to know, that you are to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one. You will hardly grasp it yourself. But you will for sure grasp, that a world where there seems to be more than one is not real, and that anything appearing there – including the appearance of you as someone definitive – therefore is an illusion.

ac1d3bc0-5bae-4dac-921e-8c1c4d9f64e1Ethereal harmonies
Appearing in a world where there seems to be more than one as a symbol of that which is one, you do not perceive music to be a means to joy, but as a means to be reminded of the airy music full of ethereal harmonies floating out of a black hole at the edge of the universe.

»I heard a sound from heaven like the sound of cascading waters and like the rumbling of loud thunder. The sound I heard was also like harpists playing on their harps.« Revelation 14:2, Holman Christian Standard Bible.

Being used to take a ride in the inner world of the senses, that opens up when the outer senses are not fully used to experience a world defined by time and space, you sense that the first sentence of this quote refers to ´Aum´, ´Sohang´ or ´The Word of God´, and that the second one to ethereal music.

»At midnight when not a single sound is heard, close your ears with both hands and do Purak Pranayama. Listen to the sounds in your right ear which are very pleasant. The first sound that you will hear is of a pine bird, the second of a flute, third of a cloud, fourth of a dragon bee, the fifth of a ringing bell and then of a gong of metal. Sounds of trumpet, drum etc. are also heard.

As Alexius has no intellectual knowledge of religious scripts most of the words in the quote from Gherand Samhita are meaningless. But since he hears inner music himself, it is easy to pick up the essence of the quote, namely the bliss of listening to inner music.

Besides these, many other sounds are heard if it is practiced daily. These sounds are Anahata (unproduced) and come on their own accord. Nada is related to light. Light is related to mind, so mind gets itself merged in a sound which is the seat of the Lord. Therefore, practice of Bhramari gives Siddhi of Samadhi (i.e., makes Samadhi possible).

Mind gets eightfold more pleasure in the act of meditation than Japa (repeating God’s name), eightfold more interest in Tapas (penance) than the meditation, and eightfold more interest in music or sound than the Tapas. There is nothing greater than music.« Gherand Samhita, stanzas 77-81. Besides for the word ´Nada´ meaning music Alexius does not know the meaning of all the Hindi words in this quote, but hearing inner music himself – though not so bombastic as described in this quote – he gets the overall meaning of it.

Using noise cancelling headphones is a great way to close the outer sense of hearing. Alexius personally prefer in-ear headphones though, as they can also be used when going to bed.

A practical way of closing the outer sense of hearing and open the inner one is to put both thumbs in your ears or simply use a noise cancelling headphone or an in-ear headphone, and then without focusing or trying to define anything, be nothing but the ethereal harmonies coming to you from what may seem to be far away.

For tuning in it is best not go with the vibrations appearing to come from the left ear, as they often are the sounds of a busy mind, but instead follow the harmonies that appear to come from an empty space a bit outside of your right ear. That being said, do not pay too much attention to directions.

Maybe you will not hear ethereal harmonies but the humming symbolised by ´Aum´, ´Sohang´ or ´The Word of God´. If so, follow this glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one.

It could also be that the only thing you ´hear´ is your thoughts. Yet you have no thoughts. That is just something the ego wants you to believe so that although they are not made by someone definitive, you believe that they are created by you. Just like you tend to believe a dream is made by you although you do not have any control over it, except for how to perceive it.

As the ego lives from separation, it cannot survive inclusion, so if thoughts are not avoided but included, the ego is no more. And as that means there is nobody to confirm you as somebody special, there is nobody to be disturbed by thoughts. Hence empty space can be heard as eternal harmonies – or if in touch with one of the other inner senses, it can be experienced as light, eternal sweetness or sublime intimacy.

In hack #3.6 Phasing out the personality by not being exclusive specifically and all over hack #3, Being inclusive and not exclusive you can read more about how inclusiveness undoes the belief in separation.

Tasting the sweetness of life helps you to not focus on the world of the outer senses so that glimpses of enlightenment from the world of the inner ones become the foundation for perceiving the world of the outer senses. Since this results in not perceiving the apparent differences to make a difference, there is no differentiation between you and the world where you experience to be. Hence there is no doubt, you are everything that you see. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The taste of life
Appearing in the world as a symbol of oneness you are not tasting the most exquisite food to get delicate experiences from that, but to be reminded about the taste of life, which in the world can be compared to the taste from foam of a milkshake with a few drops of honey added to it or to how marshmallows – especially those with a flavour of strawberries – interact with the palate.

»Your lips drip nectar, my bride, honey and milk are under your tongue.« Song of Solomon 4:11.

»A land flowing with milk and honey« Exodus 3:8

»Whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never be thirsty, but the water that I shall give him shall be in him as a well of water springing up into everlasting life.« John 4:10-4:14.

To compare a taste to something else is a very individual thing, so you may not compare the inner taste to that of liquorice.

To describe a taste by comparing it to another taste is a very individual thing. In other words, you may not compare the taste of life to a taste of milk and honey with a hint of liquorice.

Even though this taste is called the nectar of life in the old scriptures you should not expect it to make you more young or inject you with more energy in the world of the outer senses. Anyway, you are better off never to expect more of anything, as that which is you is no different from that which is one, and since it is formlessness and therefore endless there is no more than that which is one. Hence looking for more is an illusion based on the belief that is more than that which is one.

One way of undoing this belief is to not focus, because without it a world where there seems to be more than one cannot be perceived, and so it does not seem to hide, there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one. Fortunately, the taste of life is very beneficial in regards to defocusing.

Some Chinese Herb Formulations or teas – for example Spring Dragon Longevity Tea – enhance the taste of life, provided you are already are in touch with it. The same applies to the Ayurvedic teas, that Alexius have tasted or most teas including liquorice.

As already mentioned, the taste of life can be compared to enjoying the transparent taste from the foam of a sweet milkshake. Sometimes, however, it is with a hint of either liquorice, strawberry or mint, so you none of the descriptions of it are definitive. In any case, it is best not to compare the taste of life or other glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one to anything else, as all comparisons are based on definitions from the past and therefore cancels out the ever-present glimpses of enlightenment.

The inner sense of taste not only stops the compulsive focusing on forms but also your cravings for sweets and to experience  something definable. The taste of life is always there and it is free. Neither do you have to meditate or be pure to consume it. All you have to do is to put your tongue behind the uvula. And if you cannot do that, it is also OK, because doing so is just meant to help you deactivating the outer senses and the only thing that really accomplish that, is the intention to do it. Just like even you are at a springboard, you will not dive from it, if that is not your intention of going there.

The inner sense of taste does not only stop the compulsive focusing on something definitive but also your cravings for more, for example more sweets. The taste of life is always there. It is free, and you do not have to meditate or be pure to consume it. All you have to do is to put your tongue behind the uvula and devote yourself to the taste dripping from above. If you cannot get your tongue all the way, it is not a problem, because doing so is just meant to help you deactivating the outer senses and the only thing that really accomplish this, is the intention of doing it.

The taste of life unfolds under the tongue, when it is moved behind the uvula (the skin flap hanging down in the back of the mouth at the entrance to the throat). Placing it there makes you feel like you are not in the world even though you appear to be there, because it cutbacks the need to focus and also the longing for more. As a side effect it diminishes the craving for sweets as well. That is if you devote yourself to it – no techniques will work without devotion. Yet devotion can work without a technique.

To get the tongue behind the uvula you may have to press it backwards for a long time, maybe several months, and finally use a finger to push it the rest of the way, which may make you feel as if you are about to vomit. No worries – it is just a feeling. When you are used to keeping your tongue there, it is easy, and there is no sense of vomiting.

»Khechari Mudra is turning the tongue backwards into the cavity of the cranium and turning the eyes inwards toward the eyebrow center.« Haha-Yoga Pradipika, Chapter 3, stanzas 32-37.

You do not have to literally replicate the technique in above quote, where the taste of life is called Khechari Mudra. Neither do you actually need to be able to make the tongue go all the way behind the uvula. Pushing it as far as possible will do.

The way to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one or glimpses of its facets is not about perfection. Neither is it about how you breath, eat or anything else you appear to do in the world of the outer senses. Yet things like that may be helpful in order to deactivate the outer senses.

But no technique in the world of the outer senses can deactivate them, if that is not the intention of executing the technique. In other words, first step is solely about intention, and if that is to deactivate the outer senses, there is nothing to hinder your trip into the world of the inner senses. Second step is to devote yourself to the amazing journey there.

The above about steps only applies to having glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one and not to bidding it welcome in its entirety, as it takes more than one to take any step.

It is probably best to not be active in the world of the outer senses while having visions of light, as the visual glimpses of enlightenment can become so intense, that the world of the outer senses hardly is sensed.

When the belief in being in a world where there seems to be more than one is undone, there is nothing to hide that there never was and never will be more than that which is one.

The technique for tasting the sweetness of life, however, can be carried out while being active in the world of the outer senses. The same applies to enjoy the ethereal harmonies if you hear them without putting your thumbs in the ears, and also hearing or feeling the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises.

This may result in the experience of a world that seems less defined. Not to the extent though, that you are not able to navigate there. But it probably feels like you do not have to, and that you are carried around in a dream with no will of its own.

That is, as long as you do not take the full tour of these glimpses because it ends in the formlessness of oneness, where you no longer appear to be someone in a dream of a world where there seems to be more than one, neither do you appear to be in oneness, since that requires more than one.

In other words, you are not someone at all and there is no memory or consciousness of you ever having been that, because it was all make-believe and the belief is wiped out.

The part of the world of the outer senses you want to experience is not meant to be blurry but in focus, so what you see is definable. It is the other way around with the world of the inner senses,. In other words, the two worlds does in most cases not work well together. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The part of the world of the outer senses that you want to experience is not supposed to be blurry but in focus, so that the experience becomes definable. It is the other way around in the world of the inner senses. Hence mixing the two worlds do not work out.

Focus versus defocus
The world of the outer senses needs you constantly concentrate and focus on it as if you are an autonomous creature in control of your own life. In the world of the inner senses, it is the other way around. It reveals itself when there is no effort to focus, concentrate and control.

But since it is also an act of control to continually trying not to focus in order to see, hear, feel or taste the glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, so besides from getting a headache spreading out from the third eye from too much focus, the inner senses are fenced off.

As long as you intend to appear in a world where there seems to be more than one, it is best to multitask between the inner and outer senses, so you can focus when needed in the world of the outer senses and space out in the world of the inner ones, when nothing is required of you.

How to make this work between the inner an outer sense Alexius does not know, because through his connection with the empty breath, that functions as an automatic gear shifting between the inner and outer senses, it is automatically taking care of. See the last part of the article about the empty breath.

The belief that there are more than one blocks out that which is one
In a world, where there seems to be more than one, the mixing of things may turn out to work well for you. But not in the world of oneness. As it requires more than one, it is not possible to mix anything, so the idea of mixing the different facets of the enlightenment of that which is one fence it off.

That being said, if you do not do the taste of life technique for the sake of the taste but for its benefits in regards to defocusing, you can do this while being devoted to either seeing, hearing or feeling glimpses of enlightenment.

Seeing everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one, will make the outer senses turn inwards, so it is easier to grasp, there is no more than that which is one.

Seeing everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one, will make the outer senses turn inwards, so it is easier to grasp, that there is no more than that which is one.

Ways to undo the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one
Can the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, only be undone via the inner senses? No, it can also be undone though the world of the outer ones as described in the duality hacks called Pretending to be someone definitiveSeeing symbols of non-duality in a world of duality, Being inclusive and not exclusive or Alone together. See hack #1-3 + 8. Or as it is described in Extra duality hacks and More duality hacks.

There might be other hacks than those to have this belief undone. But as Alexius has not tried them, he cannot say if they work. Yet, the hacks based on second-hand knowledge from Buddhism and whatnot are is most likely fake – especially if those promoting the hacks have beautiful visions about a hypothetical better future full of love, bliss and happiness because there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless.

In other words, to be blissful, happy or full of love is an illusion, as it requires more than one to be anything at all.

The connection with the empty breath does not unite the outer and the inner senses but it makes them synchronised, which among other things means that what you used to judge as stressful in the low-frequency world of the outer senses will not seem stressing, when synched with the high-frequency world of the inner senses, because of the indifference coming from the empty breath.

Connecting with the empty breath is like going into a driverless car programmed to return to that which is one
The empty breath
´lifts´ you out of the belief in being someone definitive by automatically synchronise the outer and inner senses, so that glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one become the basis for interpreting the world of the outer senses.

It is like being transported in a driverless car, that is programmed to take you to the aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one that attracts the most, so you carelessly forget to define the glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one and they as one bright light, tone, emotion or taste carry the nothingness of you back into the formlessness of oneness.

NOTES ABOUT THE QUOTES
The terminology of yoga and so-called holy scriptures – apart from The New Testament – is unknown to Alexius, so he does not know the scriptures from where the quotes in this article are taken. He found them all by searching the internet.

When everything is included there does not appear to be something outside of you, neither inside of you, as that requires there something to be outside of you. In other words, there is nothing but the formlessness of oneness.

Alexius do not sympathise with Eastern or Western religions, neither new age philosophy, as they in general appear to be about excluding what is judged to be bad in order to become what is judged to be better, purer or higher. Yoga techniques for example are often based on meditation or something else where what is not one is excluded. Theoretically speaking this should leave out everything but the formlessness of oneness. But as formlessness cannot exclude anything, this is not what you get from being exclusive.

NOTES ABOUT WHERE THE DUALITY HACKS COME FROM
The next article Where do the hacks of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings come from is an exploration of this.

OTHER NOTES:

SH There is no end to that which is you, as it is not different from oneness, which is formless and therefore endless

Everything definable has an end, so if you believe to be someone definitive you are gonna end, but if that belief is undone, so that there is not something to hide the undeniable, namely the formlessness of that which is you, there is no end, because what is formless is sizeless and therefore endless. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Everything definable has an end, so if you believe to be someone definitive, you are bound to end. If this belief, on the other hand, is undone, there is nothing to hide the undefinable, namely the formlessness of that which is you, and so there is no end, as what is formless is endless. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

You cannot become anything else than that which you already is, as that is no different from the formlessness of that which is one and what is formless is endless, so there is no more than that which is you.

Yet it is possible to imagine a world where there seems to be more than one and where everything is defined by time and space so that it appears as if there is more to become and have than the formlessness of that which is one. In this a construction of thoughts, however, it is not possible to fabricate an experience of the enlightenment of that which is one, because it is formless and only what appears to be dimensional can be used in a construction of thoughts.

The enlightenment of that which is one resets all construction of thoughts – or rather the belief that there is someone making them – so that thoughts do not appear to have the power to hide, there is no more than that which is one. But this you do not even experience, because just like that the whole world including angels, astral planes and you as someone definitive is edited out. Hence there is nobody to experience anything – and that is why someone definitive cannot know what the enlightenment of that which is one is.

The perception of form excludes the formless. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Awareness hides the formlessness of oneness.

In other words, the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one excludes the enlightenment of that which is one, which on the other hand does not exclude anything, as it takes more than one to do so. For the same reason, a world where there seems to be more than one is not to be seen in the enlightenment of that which is one, neither is anything else.

Even though the enlightenment of that which is one undoes the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, it is still possible to return to a world fabricated by such a belief – just like, in the context of such a world, you return to it after having had a nap. You can read more about this in hack #5-7.3 The inner senses, the enlightenment of that which is one and glimpses of it – especially in the article A reintroduction of enlightenment, inner and outer senses,

This is not to be understood as the enlightenment of that which is one can be compared to falling asleep. It may ´happen´ in a deep sleep, as Buddha supposedly has said. For Alexius, however, the visual aspect of it occurred after a long night of intensive taxi driving, when he was very young.

Most likely he was too tired to remember what and where he was, so there was nobody to fight the destruction of the world and the appearance of him as someone definitive there, neither nobody to follow the flow into that which is one. See the article I am the destroyer of worlds.

To forget what and where you are is not about stopping thoughts, as that will enhance the belief in being someone definitive. It is rather about not believing thoughts to be yours because when there is nothing to define you as someone definitive there is nobody to follow the flow into the formlessness of that which is one.

This is how it got to be because you have never been someone definitive. That which is you is the formlessness of oneness, and as formlessness is endless there is nothing else.

The concept of sharing is very important for those believing to be someone definitive, as it requires more than one to share something and therefore confirms the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from Ello.

APPENDIX:
The ego is very pleased, that to send love and healing is so popular, because it thrives on separation, and by sending something to somebody else you enhance the belief, that you are a separated being in a world where there seems to be more than one. In other words, by using your energy to share something with somebody perceived to be different from you, you are serving the ego.

Those sending love and whatnot, because they think they have something that somebody else do not have, consider themselves to be full of compassion. But all what they are full of is fear, and what they give is suffering, because they enhance separation, which is the cause of it.

But if you use the same energy as a means to take-off to the empty breath**, the need for sharing fades out, because the empty breath slowly but surely undoes the belief in separation, so that the more it is undone, the more you see the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one do not make a difference.

Hence the belief in separation is not enhanced and you are not serving the ego. Well, you are not serving anybody, because when apparent differences are not perceived to make a difference, you are nobody, which you already was, because it is not possible to be someone definitive.

That which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one. And as what is formless is endless, there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one.

(+) Nothing can stop you on Highway One except your belief in a world where there seems to be more than one

If you fear the destructive powers of the world, you will probably fear the enlightenment of that which is one, as its light will destroy every definable feature of you just like that. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

If you fear the destructive powers of the world, you may also fear the enlightenment of that which is one, as it relentlessly destroys every definable feature of what you believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When the cats living with Alexius are at sleep, they sometimes seem to have nightmares – at least this is what he concludes when he sees their fitful movements. The oneness of life would probably draw the same conclusion if it could sense the stress coming from believing to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. But just like Alexius cannot see the dreams of his cats, neither can life see, that those who believe to be in such a world have a dream in which it is possible to be and have more than the oneness of life by constantly taking something from outside of itself in a world where life seems to be divided in more than one.

Even though life senses, we are dreaming about a world where there seems to be more than one, as to fear something requires more than one, it cannot wake us up to reality of that which is one, as it probably is too scary to suddenly see that what we appear to be in the dream – no matter if it seems spiritual or whatnot – is not real, so life tries to comfort us, while it sweetly whispers in our ears: Come home.

This whisper is heard or felt in the dream as an unpronounceable humming often symbolised by the word Aum or Sohang. If this humming makes you open your eyes for just one second, you will not see the world you are dreaming about but a light much stronger than anything in the dream. An atomic bomb seems to be nothing compared to this force of light, which does not illuminate something and is neither opaque or transparent, but so intense that it cannot be apprehended.

As the enlightenment of that which is one is one perpetual present, it cannot be brought back into a world of linear time, so Alexius only has vague memories of it.

To bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one all thoughts made to fabricate an image of you as something definable must be left at the edge of a black hole, so that there is nothing for the bright white light to suck through a black hole into that which is one. This will of course seems very frightening if you want to remain someone definable in a world, where there seems to be more than one, and if so chances are that you out of desperation will define the bright white light and/or the black hole as something, and so you are back in a definable world. If you leave all thoughts behind at the edge of the black hole and end up being no different from that which is one, you can pick up all the thoughts again – in linear time – within a few minutes and return as someone in a world, where there seems to be more than one.

The enlightenment of that which is one sucks out all the thoughts you have collected to establish an image of you as someone definitive. This construction of thoughts is left at the edge of a black hole, so there is nothing to fall/float through it into the formlessness of that which is one. This will, of course, seems very frightening, if you still consider yourself as someone definable. No worries, if you want to return to a world defined by time and space all you need to do is to pick up the thought construction at the edge of the black hole, which is done by comparing the journey through the black hole to something else. In this way the journey becomes definable, and that is only possible in a definable world. In other words, you appear to be back in a world defined by time and space. Just one thing: You have to return within 28 minutes (measured in linear time) otherwise it is too late to reboot the body. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Without further notice, this light relentlessly and most powerfully smashes every definable feature, that makes up your identity in the dream of a world, where life seems to be divided into more than one. If you do not believe, this identity is that which is you, you will not fear obliteration and the free fall through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one.

But if you are attached to being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, you fear to become formless, and to prevent that you objectify the fear by justifying it as if it caused by a force that wants to destroy you, so that the fear becomes a tangible form, which seems powerful enough to smash the enlightenment of that which is one into definable pieces. In this way, the formlessness of oneness is escaped so you can appear to be someone special in a world, where their life seems to be divided into more than one.

Some claim, they out of compassion for others return to a world where there seems to be more than, but that is solely the ego talking. Life is the formlessness of that which is one, so a world where life seems to be divided in more than one is an illusion.

Actually, there is nothing to fear in that which is one, because it takes more than one to fear something. But imagining to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, it always seems as if there is something to fear. To appear as someone definitive you must constantly exclude what is judged not to be you, and as that is done by projecting what you dislike onto others or obscure parts of your body, you fear the retaliation from others or your body.

That which is one has no power to destroy anything, as that requires more than one.

But when not excluding anything in order to appear as someone great in the dream of a world where there seems to be more than one, there is no reason to fear the death of being someone definitive and as nothing falling out of the dream into the reality of that which is one.

The unenlightened twists everything they hear or read about oneness and the enlightenment of that which is one into something, that appears to make them someone special in the world instead of not someone at all.

As there is no more than that which is one and as it requires more than one to choose to wake up – or choosing anything at all – it is not possible to wake up. Nor is you reading this article or Alexius writing it. That which we are is not in the dream called the world. One could say we are dreaming about it. This, however, is not a factual explanation but a metaphor to describe that which is not real. In other words, in reality, there is no dream – just one perpetual present.

The unspeakable sound of Aum or Sohang is your ticket to Highway One
When your ear is close enough to a computer, you hear and/or feel a distant sound coming from its engine. In order to be that close to the computer though, you have to stop focusing on the world empowered on its screen.

The same applies to hear or feeling the distant sound from the edge of the universe, which is often, although it cannot be spoken, symbolised by the words Aum or Sohang. In other words, you must stop focusing on the appearances in the world of duality to hear the humming from the edge of the universe, which can be compared to hearing the essence of the sound coming from a computer engine or rather the fan of it. You can also compare the humming to transparently sensing the purring of a cat.

This vibration is used to fabricate and uphold a world of duality – not in the sense that it has created it. The vibration is an echo of that which has no beginning or end so it cannot create anything with an end. Yet the energy of it is used to keep together the imagination of a world of duality – just like it is the energy of a dreamer that makes it possible to have a dream. It is not possible though to manifest the dreamer in the dream and likewise, it is not possible to manifest non-duality in a world of duality.

The vibration that ´Aum´ and ´Sohang´ symbolises is your launching pad to non-duality.

The launching pad to one perpetual present
Sometimes, while having a dream, you sense that it is too weird to be real. Likewise hearing or feeling the vibration symbolised by Aum or Sohang a world of duality stops making sense. The apparent differences of it do not make a difference, and so the concept of duality slowly fades out – also the fear born out of the belief in being someone definitive. Consequently, the world no longer seems to have a grip on you, and so you are free to use the humming from the edge of the universe as a launching pad to the formlessness of non-duality.

Alexius is never sad and nobody is ever mad at him. He knows these feelings, and when they pass by he include them – and what is not excluded does not define him.

You cannot know or understand the formlessness of non-duality, because it is that which is one, and it takes more than one to know or understand something. For the same reason, you cannot experience fear, sadness or anger, neither love, happiness or compassion in that which is one.

This does not mean, that there is no love in that which is one. It is everywhere but as non-duality is formless there is no separation, so there is not something specific to experience. Neither is there someone specific to experience, that there is nothing specific to experience. It is one perpetual present.

NOTES:

  • Hearing or feeling the vibration symbolised by Aum or Sohang, which is to hear or feel the echo of that which is one, is not a miracle cure, as everything in a world of linear time appears to take time – including having the belief in being someone definitive and that the fear it entails is an illusion.
  • Following the heart has nothing to do with following the echo of that which is one. This vibration erases the belief in a world defined by time and space. The heart, however, needs definitions in order to continuously be excited about something definitive. Consequently, it will fight the vibration symbolised by Aum or Sohang, so that you remain in a world defined by time and space.
  • If you want practical instructions on how to hear or feel the vibration, that Aum or Sohang symbolises, check out this article.

4.9 Whatever that you are aware of is an illusion, because it requires more than one to be conscious of something (in the process of being updated)

A photo can give you a sense of a specific place or the people in it, but in no photo can you a sense of the empty breath, because it is not substantial. Besides only an ´I´ can sense something and in the connectedness with the empty breath, there is no ´I´, since it is a state of not-knowing. In other words, nothing has been connected and nothing needs to be connected, since that which is one is formless and therefore endless, so there never was and never will be more than that which is one. Hence it is only as long as you believe, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, that connectedness with the empty breath seems relevant.** Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
As it requires more than one to experience something and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless, everything experienced is an illusion.*

And though connecting with the empty breath may seem as if you finally have found something authentic, the experience of it is just as imaginary as any other experience, because it requires more than one to experience anything and there is no more than that which is one.

Yet this imagination of the empty breath, which is deeply rooted in an archetypical image of a never-ending rhythmic flow, slowly but surely undoes the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

The connectedness with the empty breath does not only undo the belief in being someone. It also makes sure that having this belief is unproblematic. Not in the sense that you are not troubled by anything, but in the sense that you are indifferent to it. Thus there is nothing to define you and therefore no ´I´ with a need to survive as someone specific.

A state of not-knowing, which is the result if the empty breath is also the outcome of all the other duality hacks (see the main ones in Duality Hacks and more in Extra Duality Hacks. If it the same state of not-knowing for all of them is not to know, as there is no consciousness of being there.

But as it takes more than one to be in any kind of state, it is just as illusionary as anything else in a world where there seems to be more than one. Hence the illusion of the duality hacks is only needed until there is no awareness of being someone who is somewhere.

If you feel confused by this article, do not try to get a grip on it*** but go with the chaos, until you cannot make ends meet into being someone definitive and feel as if you are about to explode, which in a sense also is what happens, when the build-up tensions ignite a take-off to the empty breath, since it is a state of not-knowing, so you are not bound up with what you believed to be any more.

See the articles Take-offs to ´the empty breath´Where to find the bliss of ´the empty breath´How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´ and What does ´the empty breath´ feel like? if you want to read more about igniting a take off to the empty breath.

Oneness is not something you open up to, because it requires more than one to open up to something. In other words, there is nobody is oneness. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 2:
Though Alexius lives on a Spanish-speaking island his Spanish is not very good, so he hardly understands a word when many people talk together. But neither does he understands, what they are talking about in his native country Denmark, despite knowing the supposed meaning of the Danish words. See Read more meaningless thoughts and words here.

Most prefer to think, they can steer the direction of their life, as it pleases them. It may also seem so, when looking at it in retrospect, but that is only so, because selected memories are compiled into an image of you as someone in control of its own life.

You are not directing your life, neither is a higher power or anybody else, because what is believed to be you is exactly that, namely make-believe.

Whether they talk about something so-called spiritual or mundane, it is always about emphasising themselves as someone unique who is and/or has more than others. It is not that Alexius does not have fun appearing to be someone definitive, but for him, it is not real – just like when playing a video game, no matter what he seems to be and do there, it is equally illusionary and just something he pretends to be real.****

Alexius has never felt the need to be approved as someone definitive through the acknowledgement, that comes from having an education, many friends, a soulmate or anything else in a world where there seems to be more than one, as although he appears to be in such a world, he does not consider himself to be there – just like within the context of such a world, he does not believe to be in a game he is playing there, although he may have much fun pretending that he is.**** Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Thus he never has had the need to be rich, famous, wise or powerful to prove he is somebody special. Nevertheless, in the eyes of the world, he has been very successful, as in his younger days he was often showcased in magazines and TV as someone special (see the physical intro to the enlightened non-teacher).

You cannot be in the lead, if you want to follow the empty breath. This, however, does not mean that you cannot be a leader in a world where there seems to be more than one, because a good leader knows how to follow.

But he cannot take the credit for this. Everything happened through the guidance of the empty breath. Not in the sense that it guided him to success – it sees no difference between success and failure – but in the sense that the empty breath, just like water, fills whatever hole it passes on its way. So if success seems to be what is beneficial for you on the journey without distance to that which is one, that is what you get. Read more about this here.

Success does not seem to be what writing Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings is about, nor does it seems to be about getting or giving something. And even though he may write, that they point to that which is one, it is not really so, because it is not possible to point to oneness, since it takes more than one to do so.

Neither is there any point in pointing to it. You already are there. Where else can you be? There is nothing else than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

That is what Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are about, namely to expose that there is no more than that which is one and that you, therefore, are hallucinating when experiencing something.

That is the way he is guided to explain it. Yet it is not due to this logic, he is founded in the knowledge that there is no more than that which is one. It is because every time he steps aside***** to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, there is no more than that which is one. Not in the sense that he does not see anything else, but in the sense that he sees nothing at all, so there is not something to define him as someone and therefore nothing to hide, there never was and never will be more than that which is one.

3.11 The bliss of nothing (in the process of being updated)

Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Though the empty breath has no need to be remembered by you, doing so is beneficial for your wellbeing as someone definitive, as well as the undoing of the belief in being that.

It is not easy to explain about the transparent flow of bliss, that the empty breath entails, because it comes from the absence of the conscious experience of you as someone at all.

Most hang onto the awareness of being somebody special and try to enhance it by getting something extraordinary. But as that confirms the belief in separation, it seems to result in an essential sorrow, regardless what you appear to achieve.

But you cannot remember it for more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, in a row, if you want to continue the experience of you as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. Read more about this here. Thus a great way of almost always remembering it is to quickly change between the state of the conscious experience of you as someone definitive and the state of not-knowing, that it entails.

This can be done by following the rhythm of the breath so that when it expands the body you are in the conscious experience of being someone definitive, and in a state of not-knowing when it is contracting the body.

Thus the slate is wiped clean with each contraction of the body, provided you do not try to keep something thereby blaming others for what you appear to be, as that holds back a state of not-knowing. Click here for a more detailed explanation of how to quickly go back and forth between the conscious experience of being someone definitive and a state of not-knowing.

Returning to that which is one is not a matter of going anywhere, as oneness is formless and therefore endless, so it has never been left. Yet it seems possible to believe so. Fortunately, the connection with the empty breath undoes this belief. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

This is not a matter of letting go or surrender, as doing so enhances the belief in being someone definitive. And so does try to figure out, if it would be better to follow the rhythm of the breath the other way around. As long as you are not in charge but follow the flow, it really makes no difference, which way you experience it to go.

What you believe to be is gently falling apart, when rapidly going back and forth between the awareness of being someone definitive and a state of not-knowing, because in a state of not-knowing all definitions are cancelled.

As long as you go with the flow of knowing and not-knowing, you are slowly but surely having the belief in being someone undone. No need to worry about how much time it takes.

Time is an illusion and every experience is bound to end, when you continue in this flow, as in its presence the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one do not appear to make a difference, wherefore they one by one is cancelled out.

´The empty breath´ cancels out the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one. This does not mean that they are not perceived, but that they are not judged to make a difference. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

When every so often being connected with the empty breath, nothing remains a problem, because the differences, that appear to have caused it, are cancelled out the very moment you return to the empty breath, wherefore they are of no use for the brain in defining you or others as somebody definitive.

That is, if you do not prevent the empty breath from cancelling out differences and insist that some of them matters, for example the apparent difference between a friendship and a romantic relationship, so you start arguing with yourself or others about right and wrong.

But that is not a problem, if the frustration, this seems to cause, is used as a take-off to ´the empty breath´.

In short, the rapid on and off connection with the empty breath will sooner or later end all experiences, also that of the empty breath, so there is nothing to hide that which cannot be experienced, as it takes more than one to experience something, namely the formlessness of that which is one.

Only in a world where there seems to be more than one, does there appear to be levels, so if you are experiencing to be advancing through levels, the belief that there is more than that which is not being undone but enhanced.

Oneness cannot be revealed, but what hides it can. This does not happen though by wanting to be at one or waiting for it to be realised, as that requires more than one.

Yet it can be realised, what it is not, namely to be someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. Thus Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings is not about realising the formlessness of oneness, but that it is a mistake to believe, that you are someone definitive, and that this mistake is corrected by using one or more of the duality hacks, for example the empty breath, as in its flow of nothingness, there is not something to hide, there never was or will be more than that which is one.

Since realising something only is possible in a world where there seems to be more than one and since it is a world of linear time, this realisation is a process in time.

Nothing can be done to speed up the process of undoing the belief in being someone definitive, as that enhances the belief in being someone definitive. Besides, it is not a process, as the moment you are willing to have it undone, it is undone.

Yet this may seem to occur in the future, because in a world of linear time, everything appears to take time – just like it takes time for the rays of the sun to reach the Earth.

The willingness to realise, that the belief in being someone definitive is a mistake is most often initiated by admitting, you are not willing to realise this, because by acknowledging that, you are agreeing to be someone definitive is make-believe and therefore not that which is you.*

4.6 SX ´The empty breath´ undoes all conditioning (in the process of being updated)

There are established ways of feeling somebody else when you believe to be someone substantial in a tangible world. But there are no ways to contact the empty breath than to momentarily stop believing that you are someone definitive. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
Since the empty breath has no personality, it has no power of its own, so if its rhythmic flow is experienced to be weaker when you appear to be sick or about to die, it is because it the rhythm is synchronised with what you believe to be. Yet the operator of the empty breath (see the paragraph of the same name in the article What does ´the empty breath´ feel like?), which is the non-rhythmic energy behind the rhythm of the empty breath remains the same and is also experienced like that if that aspect you choose to connect with.

So if the transparent non-rhythmic energy of the empty breath is only partially experienced, when the mind or your biological system seems to be out-of-order, the problem is not the empty breath, but that you do not want to experience it fully, when there seem to be problems with your condition, because that would render it unimportant and thus question your belief in being someone definitive.

The less you believe to be substantial, the more you will feel the non-rhythmic transparency of the empty breath.

This does not mean, that you should not take care of the body and the mind, as long as they appear to be there, and consult a qualified health care professional to deal with potential problems – just like you bring your car to a garage for a check-up, even though it is not you.

When you do not know anything, there is not somebody to be sad, neither happy –nor to be anybody or anywhere specific. Thus there is nothing but emptiness, and that is pure bliss.

The achievement of something in a substantial world requires much effort, but as the empty breath is not substantial, no effort is needed to achieve it. In fact, you miss it, if you are doing something to achieve it.

There is no help to get if you do not feel the transparent bliss of the empty breath, as it is a result of your own choice in believing to be someone substantial. Yet this choice is automatically changed, when everything you know is unlearned, so read Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings until nobody is reading it.

As everything you have you have learned enforces the belief, that you are someone definitive – whether that is experienced to be in a so-called spiritual or physical body – you need to read Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings and apply their duality hacks again and again to unlearn everything you have learned, so that is not automatically an awareness of something, as that enhances the belief in being someone.

Not being conscious of something, there is nothing to make better. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Not being conscious of something, neither the empty breath, there is nothing to make perfect. Consequently, you are not benumbed in an experience of yourself as someone definitive but in the flow of nothingness.

This does not necessarily mean, that there are no feelings of sorrow or joy passing by, but that the apparent difference does not make a difference. Yet you should not go with the flow of the empty breath while driving a car, for example, where you need to be conscious about all the apparent differences in the traffic so you can follow your conditioned response to these differences. Read more about conditioned responses here.

The empty breath undoes your conditioned belief in being someone definitive, because it sets in before there is a conscious recognition of someone at all. Read more about it here.

But while brushing your teeth, doing the dishes, taking a walk in the park or something else, that does not crave a lot of attention, you can follow the flow of the empty breath, and thus bypass your conditioning, so it does not stop you from discovering new ways of taking care of the body and the life you seem to have inside it.

Hence the appearance of you as someone definitive does not seem to drag you down but to enhance the connection with the empty breath, and thus support you in having the belief in being someone definitive undone.

The empty breath can be felt in many exciting ways, but its most exciting way is actually not exciting, because you hardly feel it, as due to the indifference of the empty breath the apparent differences of the world is not perceived to make a difference, and so the foundation for separation is gone. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The empty breath can be felt in many exciting ways. The most exciting way though cannot be felt, because it is not a feeling, but indifference to the apparent differences experienced in a world defined by time and space and thus to the foundation of feeling anything, namely separation. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Physically speaking the empty breath is best felt when the air is coming in and out through the nose. Yet not as if it is you who do the breathing, but as if it is an ´engine´ inside the body that first expands the abdomen, secondly the belly and lastly the chest. Then a short break before it goes the other way around in order to contract the body. And on and on. It feels like there is hardly any air coming in and out of the nose but that the breath remains within the body all the time.

Please be aware, that this is not a factual description of how breathing is carried out when the empty breath is in the driving seat, but a description of how it feels. It is not something you should try to replicate by doing deep breaths and whatnot. In fact, it has nothing to do with you taking a deep breath, as the whole concept of the empty breath is that you do nothing.

Doing Nordic Walking – or rather following the flow of it – may help you in being able not to do something. It may also help you to expose the defence mechanisms, that you have built up in the body against going with the flow of the empty breath.

It is probably not the connection itself with  a Fitbit watch, for example, that excites you, but how it motivates you to exercise and consequently feel more comfortable inside a body. Likewise it is not necessarily the connection with the empty breath that makes you feel good, but that its indifference undoes the belief, it is possible to be someone definitive in a world defined by time and space. Thus there is nobody to be bothered about the problems that seem to arise from appearing to be someone there. The graphic is grabbed from Ello.

When you are connected with a Fitbit watch for example, you do not get an exceptional feeling from the connection itself, but rather from the data you are receiving. Likewise you probably do not feel excited, when you are connected with the empty breath, as its radiance of indifference makes you indifferent to the apparent differences in a world defined by time and space. But as this makes it impossible established separation to be real, there does not seem to be anybody feeling anything, which is pure bliss.

Yet it is not important to undo all these defence mechanisms. Having the willingness to do so is enough to feel the connection with the empty breath.* Neither is it important in which of the ways described in the previous article What does ´the empty breath´ feel like? that you feel it, or if it is felt in another way.

Though these ways of feeling the empty breath definitely are very exciting, the most exciting way to feel it – or rather not feeling it – is simply to follow its consistent flow of indifference. Since that makes you indifferent to the apparent differences in the world where you appear to be, there does not seem to be anybody feeling anything but the bliss from being indifferent to the belief in being someone definitive.

The clothes, that a body is wearing, has nothing to do with it, neither with that which is you. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 2:
If the body seems to get better, when you feel connected with the empty breath, it is not because of the empty breath – at least not directly – because it does not know of something that needs improvement. Indirectly though it is due to the empty breath, as in its presence you are not in the default mode of doing something about something, so the body is not disturbed by you trying to connect it with non-physical like the mind, crystal energies and whatnot.

To imagine that the body is connected with the mind** or something spiritual is like thinking there is a connection between the body and a coat, it is wearing. Though the coat seems to go where the body goes, there is no communication.

This is like assuming there is a connection between you and the world in a movie you are watching. This connection is entirely imaginative. The world in the movie is unaffected by the thoughts or feelings you appear to have about it, neither does it have the power to cause them, unless you imagine that it has.

Metaphorically speaking we have disconnected the body from its source, and as we mistake that for the mind or the soul, we try to fix the problem by connecting the body with the mind and/or soul. The physical elements of the body though do not mix with mental or spiritual concepts.

Thus the attempt to do this results in so-called psychosomatic disorders and frustrated thoughts and feelings about how to heal them. Unfortunately, this disturbance is perceived as proof of such a connection instead of a warning against it.

The belief in a body-mind connection is a confusion of levels** – just like if you feel your body is connected with somebody you are chatting with on the phone. Though there may be a connection of minds, there is no connection of bodies.

Fortunately, the empty breath is indifferent to whatever you seem to think or feel, and so are you when connected with it. This does not mean it heals the body, but that it liberates it from the sick ideas you have forced upon it so that it is straightforward for a qualified health care professional to bring order in its biological system. More about this here.

3.5 How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´ (in the process of being updated)

When not trying to make sense of this image but going with its absurdity, the uncontrolled energy in the experience spontaneously ignites a take-off to the empty breath and its bliss of nothingness. That is if there is the willingness to forget what and where you believe to be. The animation is grabbed from Ello.

DO NOT THRUST THIS ARTICLE
If not thrusting this article or anything else, including your judgment of this and that, there is nothing to define who is reading this. Thus there is not someone definitive covering the transparent bliss of nothingness.

Let us imagine, your eyes are covered by your hand, so you can indulge in a daydream about a better tomorrow without being disturbed. Though it feels great to be in your own fantasy, it also feels disturbing to be shut out from the world right in front of you.

Then you slowly start sensing, it is your own hand that hides where you actually are, and without really knowing why you suddenly take it away.

In other words, it is the built-up pressure and a change of purpose from daydreaming to being present, which makes you see it is your own hand, that hides where you are, so you automatically remove it.

As soon as you have had enough of the frustrations coming from the belief in being someone definitive, a take-off to the empty breath is automatically ignited.

It happens much faster than reading this sentence. Yet it takes a few more seconds to stop your conditioned way of breathing, which probably is based on forcing it through the tensions of the body caused by your suppression of feelings. That is not necessary for the empty breath, because it does not notice them.

Patiently waiting for this, the flow of the empty breath sets off from the abdomen, as if it is generated from an engine there and solely is inside the body, which you can read more about here, where after it continues without any regards to the apparent borders of the body like it is described here.

If not focused but defocused, all the elements used to construct what is believed to be to be you blur out. Hence they do not seem to block out, that the empty breath is no different from the nothingness of you. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Having had enough ignites a take-off to the empty breath
In some ways, the above process resembles the way a take-off to the empty breath is ignited. You have been hiding in your own story of a world defined by time and space.

The story is made up from thoughts and feelings, you have sought out and organised into a spiritual or mundane vocabulary, which is shared with like-minded ones, so you appear to be part of something meaningful with a plot so special, that the story seems to be hiding everything in it as well as the storyteller is made up from nothing, because thoughts and feelings are not real but an illusion fabricated by the brain from out of empty space. Read more about this here.

Though thoughts are just frequencies of empty space and therefore basically all alike, they are identified to differ from each other and as they are created by you, despite what is believed to be you is nothing but a construction of thoughts, that based on the thoughts, judged to differ from each other, is considered to be a unique and self-aware being capable of feeling love and whatnot. Read more about this here.

The exact moment you have had enough from the frustration coming from your story not delivering what the plot implied should be your fate, the selected thoughts and feelings making up the story do not seem to be able to establish the apparent differences in the story to make a difference, wherefore its nothingness is exposed. Not in the sense that you see nothing, but that what you see means nothing.

In other words, when you are fed up with your story of a world defined by time and space and do not try to deny, improve or transcend it, your frustration ignites a take-off to the empty breath.

You may not only sense the bare feet making the foot prints in this photo but also the body they belong to. Yet there is no body in the image, neither does anybody make foot prints like these. Thus what you sense is a construction of thoughts.* The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The empty breath does know what you believe to be, because it is a fantasy made from empty space. Thus it is only you and those you imagine being in this fantasy world, that deem you to be someone substantial in a tangible world.

This does not mean, that what you believe to be is transformed by the empty breath into something better or it is lifting you to somewhere higher. But that it takes away what you believe to be, so there is no consciousness to seek out thoughts and feelings, wherefore there is nothing but the bliss of nothingness, which can be experienced in the ways described here. It may also lead to glimpses of enlightenment, that is either seen, heard, felt or tasted as described here.

The empty breath cannot be experienced as something definitive, as it is empty space unprocessed by the brain. As a result of this it is noticed, if you want to experience something specific.

Since you are in a state of not-knowing, there is no awareness of its bliss, before memories of it pop up when you return to the conscious experience of being someone definitive, which must be done latest 20 minutes, 45 at most, after entering a state of not-knowing, if you want to remain as someone in a world defined by time and space. Read more about that here.

Be warned though, that when returning from a state of not-knowing to the consciousness of being someone definitive, you may not be recognised in the way you expect, wherefore you comment very bitterly on those, you blame for the lack of recognition, or maybe scapegoats from your past or famous people believed to be fake.

No worries. First of all, most likely it is not others but you, who have a hard time recognising that you are someone definitive, because a state of not-knowing rubs of on the certainty of that.

Secondly, grievances can be used to ignite a take-off to the empty breath, provided they are not suppressed by justifying them with the world but acknowledged as yours. Here you can read more about how the acknowledgement of feelings unveils their nothingness of bliss.

Yet, whatever has been suppressed can also be used to ignite a take-off to the empty breath. That is if you totally acknowledge the suppression. In other words, to entirely be what you feel in this moment ignites a take-off to the empty breath, regardless if you know what you feel and why.

When you are totally fed up with being controlled by the thoughts and feelings, you have sought out to form a belief system of how to be, the system is automatically left. Not in the sense that you give up, let be or surrender, but in the sense that without the system you are not definable as someone definitive. You nobody and therefore without a need to follow or give up any system. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Igniting a take-off to the empty breath is not a matter of what and where you appear to be, nor whether you deny or indulge in sex or anything else. All that matters is that you are so fed up from obeying the specific thoughts and feelings, you have compiled into a special belief system of what is good and bad, so you reject being a slave of this belief system.

»When you dig into molecules, and the states of ion channels, enzymes, transcription programs, cells, synapses, and whole networks of neurons, you come to realise that there is no one place in the brain where memories are stored,« says Kukushkin. This is because of a property called plasticity, the feature of neurons that memorize. The memory is the system itself. From an article in Wired.

This belief system is the ego, which is made when you as the self created by the brain change it into something believed to be better by selecting special thoughts and feelings that you assume will make you spiritual, live in the now, come from the heart and whatnot. Contrary to the self created by the brain the self-made ego does not know what is in your own best interest, so you are always faced by trouble when following your own way instead of the brain, as it is there to support the self, it has created with happiness.**

What you believe to be and see is fabricated by the brain, so when it runs out of oxygen there is no more to be and see. Fortunately this fabrication of you as someone with a beginning and an end is easily bypassed, because it is made from out of nothing. The animation is grabbed from the web.

As justifying a feeling entraps it in the body and therefore suppresses its energy, it cannot be used to ignite a take-off to the empty breath. To set it free you do not have to know what it is you have suppressed and why.

You just need to acknowledge the state of numbness it entails by totally being that and nothing else, as this does not leave something to define it, wherefore a take-off to the empty breath spontaneously is ignited and the suppressed feelings unveiled as nothing twisted into something, so that you, who also is nothing, can appear to be someone definitive.

Here you can read more about totally being what you feel, so that whatever you feel its transparent bliss of nothingness is unveiled.

To sum it up, being really fed up with the tyranny of the ego, which is self-imposed since there is suddenly nobody to follow its instructions of how everything is experienced in the right way. So though the experiences of right and wrong are the same, there is not someone perceiving them to make a difference.

Consciousness is a fabrication of the brain done with the purpose of keeping you occupied with the awareness of something, so that the nothingness of your existence is not exposed.

This does not mean, you have an experience of being at one, as only someone who believes to be a separated can have an experience of something. It is rather like having a dream in which there is no difference between the experiencer and the experienced. Yet there is no one knowing this because you are in a state of not-knowing. See also Every moment is the perfect moment – also for dying in the rainforest.

The uncontrolled speed of any disturbing or intensely pleasant event will ignite a take-off to the bliss, that comes from being in the of indifference of the empty breath. So if you are confused about how to connect with it, do not try to clear up the turmoil but be so confused, that there is nothing else than that and therefore not something to define you, wherefore the speed of nothingness ignites a take-off to the bliss of nothingness, that the empty breath entails.

Not interfering with the speed of thoughts and feelings, they are set free to further speed up and ignite a take-off to the empty breath, that syncs the worlds of the outer and inner senses, wherefore everything definable, like stress, for example, is absorbed by the high-frequency world of the inner senses. The graphic is grabbed from Ello.

Uncontrolled chaos ignites a take-off to the empty breath
If you have not had enough from being a victim of your selected thoughts and feelings structured into a system of right and wrong, that you just ignore this apparent difference, the thoughts and feelings entrapped by the belief system will try to escape it.

Should you succeed in making an order in this mess by making up a new system believed to be more spiritual, thoughts and feelings may be kept in line when awake, but when at sleep and outside of your control they will not leave you at rest.

But if you do not try to stop thoughts and feelings, when they try to escape your control, they are free to further speed up and ignite a take-off to the empty breath, that in less than a split second syncs the apparent stress and chaos in the world of the outer senses with the world of the inner senses in which everything moves so fast and unorganised, that nothing is definable.***

As feeling upset is unveiled to be nothing but a cover-up for the transparency of bliss, you no longer need to avoid certain people or situations in order not to be bothered by them. Neither do you have a need to please those persons, who seem to cause happiness. In fact, you do not need anything from the world, except what the body needs to survive.

Check out The speed of uncontrolled thoughts and feelings ignites a take-off to the bliss of nothingness and It takes much speed to be at rest, if you want to read more about this, and check What and where are the inner and outer senses in the case this is what you want to dig into.

This has nothing do with psychotherapy, as it is about rebuilding yourself by and not blaming somebody else for your feelings but embracing them, as this enhances the belief in being someone definitive instead of undoing it. Besides, blaming something or somebody for what you feel is one of the fastest ways to get fed up with your own belief system and thus bypassing it. Read more about that here.

If you do not share your frustrations or joy with anybody but are being it all by yourself, you are not acknowledging a world where there seems to be more than one, wherefore it cancels itself out as if it is something and thus exposed nothing, which is pure bliss

This does not mean that you should let your feelings out or in any way share them, neither via an inner dialogue with what you consider to be yourself and others, nor should you keep them inside, but totally be them until the pressure of being alone is so unbearable, that you automatically leave the belief system causing you to appear as if you are separated from others, wherefore you are not somebody but nobody and thus in the transparent bliss of nothing.

When you are nobody, there is not somebody to be bothered about anything. Consequently only those who want to be somebody have a need for meditation or other techniques to stop or control the thoughts that disturbs what they believe to be.

In the connectedness with the empty breath, you are indifferent to differences, and thus also to being someone definitive. That is why there is not somebody with a need to seek out thoughts to be defined as someone definitive by them. Hence there are no thoughts that need to be stopped or controlled via meditation or any other technique. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The connectedness with the empty breath is neither about meditating, chanting or applying other techniques of self-control, because the on and off connectedness with it makes you indifferent to differences and thus to the apparent difference between you and others, wherefore there is no self to define and thus nobody to care about stopping or controlling thoughts.

Judgements about somebody being wrong justifies feeling angry. And judging somebody to be special justifies feeling joy. It also makes it look, as if it is the world that defines you to be someone definitive. The same applies, if you share specific thoughts and/or feelings with others in a dialogue that appears to be inside or outside yourself. Read more about this here.

Fortunately you do not have to stop this in order to undo the belief in being someone definitive, because if justifications are acknowledged, the energy that they have suppressed is set free, wherefore a take-off to the empty breath is ignited. Read more about this in the hack No justification = No victimization in Extra Duality Hacks).

Completely being what you feel ignites a take-off to the empty breath
A take-off to the empty breath is also ignited, when what you feel in this very moment is not suppressed by justifying it with the world but instead totally acknowledged via the completely being what you feel and nothing else, as that means there is not something to contrast what you are, and therefore nothing to define it, wherefore ´you´ are in a state of not-knowing.

That being said, blaming somebody else for what you feel can be a great way of seeing, what you have excluded from yourself (read more about that here), so you can include it by completely being it, which leaves nothing to contrast it and therefore not something to define you, wherefore a take-off to the empty breath is ignited. In other words, it is not required that you restrain yourself, and if you do, being that restriction completely annuls it and thus ignites a take-off to the empty breath.

When the fear of the unknown is fully acknowledged by totally being it, what seemed to be something, that had the power to frighten you, is unveiled as nothing. Thus what is unveiled is neither hell or heaven but the transparency of bliss.

The avoidance of a feeling makes it appear to be something that is dangerous, whereas the acknowledgement of it unveils it is nothing and that the absence of something is blissful. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Be aware, that fully acknowledging feelings can at first be felt like a trip to hell, because once you start opening up for suppressed feelings, everything that you ever have avoided to feel starts popping up. And until those feelings are fully acknowledged one by one or all at once by acknowledging their common denominator, namely fear of the hell, it may feel as if having panic attacks or endless despair and depression.

All those who like to talk about emotions are not into feeling them but to control them, because if something is totally felt, it is unveiled as nothing, wherefore there is nothing to talk about.

As it most likely is too fearful to acknowledge hell at once by being nothing but that it is probably a process over time, where the on and off the connection with the empty breath slowly but surely makes you indifferent to the apparently different of feelings you are experiencing, wherefore no specific feeling can bother you anymore. See more about this in It is easy to feel ´the empty breath´ when not looking for something and The bliss of nothing.

In The acknowledgment of a feeling unveils its nothingness of bliss you can read more about this, and in The ins and outs of ´the empty breath´ there is more about how to totally be a specific feeling, so that it becomes indefinable and therefore is unveiled as nothing but transparent bliss.

That applies to the fear of death as well. Just like everything else experienced as something, it is the bliss of nothing. This does not mean that death is the ultimate solution – especially not if performed by yourself, as that enhances the belief in being someone definitive. There is no solution in a world where there seems to be more than one but to have the nothingness of it unveiled. This includes whatever is deemed to be spiritual.

As any construction of thoughts can be used to ignite a take-off to the empty breath, and as a world where there seems to be more than one is nothing but a construct of thoughts, there is nothing in it that cannot be used be used for that.

The way Picasso learned to paint was by replicating traditional art, which he did until he was so good at it that he could forget the techniques and go with the flow of the brush. But there is nobody to replicate in regards to connecting with the empty breath because its flow is that of nothing. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Not knowing anything ignites a take-off to the empty breath
We usually learn something new by replicating somebody else. That is how we learned to talk and walk. Connecting with the empty breath, however, is not about learning but unlearning, so the purpose of this and the other articles in hack #4.3 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing is not to learn something but to unlearn everything you believe to know – including your ideas about spirituality.

The ocean is what it is, despite what it seems. So is that which I am.

This also applies to reading about Alexius experiences of the empty breath in the article What does ´the empty breath´ feel like?. They are not meant to be replicated but to give you an idea of what it is to be an empty vessel for the empty breath.

The reason Alexius so often is as an empty vessel for the empty breath is that he really does not know what and where he is. Neither do you or anybody else know what and where you are. You are most likely working very hard to convince everyone that you are not nobody but somebody.

Trouble always follows in the footsteps of being somebody, whereas it is nothing but bliss that comes in the wake of being nobody.

If you stop doing that, there is nothing to obstruct the empty breath from being activated as an automatic gear change between the inner and outer senses, so that glimpses of enlightenment in the world of the inner senses become the basis for how you perceive the world of the outer senses, namely as a fantasy made by nobody from out of nothing.***

To appear as if he is someone substantial in a tangible world, Alexius got to adjust to its apparent reality wearing sunglasses and whatnot. Yet he knows, that just like adjusting to the reality of a game like Chess, it is not real, so whatever he seems to accomplish, nothing is achieved. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

That being said, as long as we appear to be somebody in a fantasy world that appears to be substantial, we cannot be nobody all the time. Alexius, for example, must adjust to the fantasy as if he is someone substantial so that the experiences fabricated by his brain can be used to formulate the non-teachings in the collectively agreed way of how communication is done in English. But to write them, he must be nobody, because their language is that of nothing.

Read Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings until you are so empty, that a take-off to the empty breath automatically is ignited – or you are so tired of reading, that you forget to control yourself, wherefore uncontrolled energy spontaneously ignites a take-off to the empty breath.

This is why you automatically are connected with the empty breath when you do not know what and where you are, so go on reading Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings until forgetting it is a spontaneous process of not going for something but nothing and thus automatically entering a state of not-knowing.

Exclusiveness results in you appearing to be someone definitive, but since that feels restricting, there is always a desire for more. Inclusiveness on the other hand results in nothing and thus no hope for more. Hence inclusiveness ignites a take-off to the empty breath and its bliss of nothingness. In other words, fragmenting this animation into what you like and do not like will further define you as someone definitive and therefore enhance the feeling of something is missing, whereas the complete inclusion of it is your ticket to the bliss of nothingness.

Implementing other hacks to ignite a take-off to the empty breath
Not being exclusive and therefore being inclusive ignites a take-off to the empty breath (see
hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is a perfect moment, and hack #3.5 Inclusiveness is pure bliss)

The same applies to see symbols of non-duality in a world of duality (see hack #2.1 Seeing symbols of non-duality in a world of duality and hack #2.2 Everything experienced is a symbol of life), and pretending to be someone (see hack #14 Pretending to be someone definitive).

Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings does not give you anything, because that which is you are no different from that which is one, and as it is formless and therefore endless, there is nothing else to have than the formlessness of oneness. Hence you are mistaken if you believe to be and have more than that which is one. No worries. The duality hacks in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings correct this mistake by erasing every memory of what you believe to have. The animation is grabbed from the web.

The Duality Hacks and that which is you
There is no reason to laboriously learn all the hacks in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings for undoing the belief in being someone definitive. None of them is a goal in themselves – neither do they lead to the goal, because you are already there.

That which is you is no different from that which is one, and as it is formless and therefore endless, there is no more than that which is you.

Hence the purpose of applying one or more of the duality hacks is not to return to that which is one, but exposing what seems to hide it, namely the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

And as the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one do not appear to make a difference, when connected with the empty breath, the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one is slowly but surely falling apart the more you are connected with it.

NOTES:

3.3 The speed of uncontrolled thoughts and feelings ignites a take-off to the bliss of nothingness (in the process of being updated)

That which is one can be compared to a movie running so fast, that no frames can be seen. In that context, a world where there seems to be more than one is the same movie slowed down to the extent, that it seems to consists of many different frames.* Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Oneness is contrary to the common belief not the same as quietness and stillness, as the ultimate speed of that which is one is wild and noisy. That is if it could be experienced, but that is not possible since it requires more than one to experience something.

You could also say, the reason oneness cannot be experienced is that it is like a movie running so fast that there are no frames to be seen. Thus it is not due to quietness but speediness, it is that which is one.*

In this context, a world where there seems to be more than one is the same movie slowed down so much, that it seems to consists of frames divided by time and space.

Those insisting in oneness being stillness are those who want take it slow, because that makes them able to remain as if they are in control.

It is therefore not quietness but fastness, that is needed to accelerate the slowed down movie where there appears to be a world with more than one back to its natural speed of that which is one. But as this seems to create too much pressure on our biological system, which is part of the low-frequency world of the outer senses, we need the empty breath to sync it with the high-frequency world of the inner senses, so that it can absorb it.

This is not to say, that stress gets replaced by pleasure since that is just as disturbing for the biological system as any other sensation. All that is needs for the sensitivity of its nervous system to work is to be free from the excitement imagined by the mind.**

See The speed of uncontrolled thoughts and feelings ignites a take-off to the bliss of nothingness and How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´ ) about how uncontrolled speed of thoughts and/or feelings automatically ignites a take-off to the empty breath, that immediately makes sure the stress of it is absorbed by the inner senses.

Yet this synchronisation is only possible, if you do not work against it by organising thoughts and/or feelings into a philosophical or religious system, because that slows down the natural speed of thoughts and feelings, wherefore the energy of them becomes so dense that it emerges with the body.

As there is no more than that which is one, everything in a world where there seems to be more than one is absurd. This includes Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. Yet the application of them undoes the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

That is until the thoughts and/or feelings suppressed in the body infect it with weird diseases, and the body, therefore, spits them out through, for example, vomiting, wherefore the turmoil of them return to your awareness in an even more speedy and chaotic way than before. See also Totally being what you feel unveils the nothingness of bliss and The YOU finger and the three ME fingers.

But if the synchronisation is not interrupted, the empty breath syncs the disturbing speed in the world of the outer senses with the world the inner senses, that increases the speed until it impossible for the brain to fabricate a conscious experience of you as someone definitive, wherefore there is nobody to judge the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one to make a difference, and thus no basis for believing to be someone definitive, which is pure bliss.

Please be aware, that the above explanation of that which is one versus a world where there seems to be more than one is as absurd as any other explanation of this or anything else, as it requires more than one to explain something and there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless.

Hence there is neither truth, love or anything else to be found in a world where there seems to be more than one, nor anywhere else. That is why Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings do not point to anything but that there is no more than that which is one.

In the connectedness with the empty breath, the apparent difference between specific thoughts is not perceived to make a difference, neither is the supposed difference between what is presumed to be you and others.

Thus there is nobody to be separated from somebody or at one with everybody – nor to experience the transparency of nothingness.

So although the image of you as somebody substantial as a hallucination and so is the apparently tangible world where you appear to be, it seems as if you are still there, which is quite hilarious, because that which is you is no different from that which is one so you cannot be anywhere, as it requires more than one to be somewhere.

When trying to control, change or stop thoughts and feelings, they are slowed down and therefore do not have the speed needed to ignite a take-off to the empty breath, where they lose their apparent meaning, since the empty breath is indifferent to differences. Consequently, they also lose their apparent power to define you as someone definitive. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If thoughts and feelings are not stopped or organised into something you believe to be usable, the uncontrolled chaos of them will automatically ignite a take-off to the empty breath, and therefore not noticed anymore (see Take-offs to ´the empty breath´, and How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´ ).

Yet for the take-off to work, you must first acknowledge the chaos of thoughts and feelings exactly as it is experienced, and in no way try to analyse or understand it, because doing so hides chaos behind an orderly system, wherefore it is displaced. This is also what happens if you choose to observe it or justify it with something or somebody.

So not to hide the chaos of thoughts and feelings behind a mental or meditative activity, but instead acknowledge it as it is, you do nothing but totally being that. And this is not only the take-off to the empty breath but also the destination because totally being something leaves nothing to contrast it, wherefore there is not something to define you, so you are in a state of not-knowing.* Read more about this here.

But since there is nobody in a state of not-knowing, there is not somebody to know the transparent bliss of nothingness, that comes from the indifference to the consciousness of being someone definitive, before you return to that consciousness and blissful memories of being indifferent to it start popping up.

Nevertheless, you know, that you are in a state of not-knowing when you do not care about what and where you appear to be.

*) No worries, if you already have suppressed the chaos in a belief system of what is right and wrong, you do not need to find it in order to acknowledge it and thus release it. You just acknowledge this by being nothing but your suppression. Read more about that here.

*) You can read more about a world where there seems to be more than one being a slowed down version of that which is one in You feel stressed from perceiving the apparent differences to make a difference and The world is to be compared to a movie of that which is you played in slow motion. +[+++++] The basic self is relative to the brain and thus without ego

Dialogue is avoided by the special self. It prefers monologue because it ratifies the feeling of being someone, who is in charge of its own life. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Those who think they are special, manipulate others into bearing witness to this. That is why the special self always need to meet somebody (read more about that here). But as too much closeness may reveal the misery behind its story of greatness, it lives by the conventional rules of how to mimic togetherness and still keep a distance. They set up a dinner party, for example, in such a way that although everybody appears to be close, it is not so, because they are busy minding the table manners.

The special self expects others not to question its story of greatness but to adapt to so it appears to be outstanding and they ordinary. This is, of course, to hide that it does not feel important.

There are books about how to set up a dinner party and also about what to say there so you can trick others into believing you care about them while manipulating them to give what you want, which always is the same when you want to be special, namely to be acknowledged for that.

The basic self, on the other hand, has no need to be acknowledged for being special, so it has no need to fit into collectively agreed concepts of how to be together so it can use them to manipulate others to do and say something that attests to it as important. Hence the only reason for doing something is that it follows the flow of thoughts as it comes from the brain.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Following the stream of thoughts precisely as it comes from the brain is like having the brain blown out. It is comparable to feeling wholly absorbed by a TV show after having binge-watched it.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The special self is always trying to escape something, but it does not know what. Neither will it ever know, because there is nothing to escape. It is an illusion that only seems real because it always looks for something to exclude so it can appear more special. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

A movie is meant to invoke familiar emotions, so you feel to be a part of it. That is what makes it entertaining, and that is why the brain searches your memory bank for something in your past relating to the plot. If you do not start doubting the subsequent interpretation of the plot and its characters, you feel entertained by the movie (read more about that here), whereas it seems to bore you if you break up its story by judging the characters by concepts unrelated to the movie. See also To be in sync with the natural flow of thoughts.

This is to illustrate, that if you make a perception of the stream of thoughts coming from the brain that does not relate to it as what it is but what you think it should be, you are out of sync with the script of the brain. This perception, therefore, does not make you feel like you are part of a world where there seems to be more than one. Thus you do not feel entertained but fucked by it

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The basic self does not belong to anyone but everyone because the basic self is the brain and everything that the basic self experiences to be, see, think and feel is there.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Watching a TV show, the brain is in its right element, which is to continually pass remarks and predict what comes next like the show is not fictional but real. When not doubting or altering the comments but going with the flow of them, you are also in your right element, namely to follow the brain. But since it is the sum of your most significant memories and that is what you believe to be (read more about that here), you are not just a follower but a leader as well.

The brain renders a world where there seems to be more than one so you can be entertained by having an experience of being someone there. There is not something deeper to learn or attain, because it is all a fantasy – including that a brain renders something that someone experiences as well as there is anybody making this fantasy. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Being in your right element, the illusionary wall in between a world where there seems to be more than one and that which is one seems very thin. So thin that you easily fall into a state of not-knowing, where the apparent difference between the flow of thoughts coming from the brain and the one being entertained by them it is not perceived to make a difference. Hence there is nobody to experience something, which is pure bliss (read more about that here).

But not being in your right element you always search for something better – capitalism, socialism or spiritualism, for example – that you can add as new layers on top of the basic self to become more special. That is unless you are into returning to your real self by peeling off the layers, you have used so much time and effort to add.

However, there is no real self to return to because any kind of self is an illusion constructed from out of nothing. No matter what you appear to be, it only seems to be something, because thoughts, like a binary code of nothing, are put together in such a way that they seem to attest to someone substantial is having them.

Nevertheless, just like it is very entertaining to being someone in the illusionary world of a role-play when following instructions of the game master, so is appearing to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one when you follow the master of that game, namely the brain, and do not add or subtract something from the instructions you get.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Your whole childhood is training in listening to someone who knows better, namely your parents. When you have learned that, you are ready to serve the brain. This is not to be understood as you can avoid that, because what you believe to be is the brain and of course you serve yourself. Doing that, you serve everybody as well, because your experience of them is created by the brain and therefore part of what you believe to be.

In other words, whether you believe to be a self-made being or made by the brain, you are following the commands of the brain. There is nothing you can do about that. You can, however, choose to perceive it in a way, so that it seems like you are in charge of your own life, but it is self-deception. You cannot control life. It is the other way around.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The basic self is relative to the brain and thus without ego. The basic self is also relative to the brain but not without ego, because contrary to the basic self it makes up a perception of the thoughts coming from the brain as if it is in charge of them and therefore of its own life.

It is a wonder though, how it can go on believing this is so because it is not even able to control ´its´ thoughts via meditation but needs alcohol, sex and drugs, for example, to alter them.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Just like you probably do not take daydreaming too literally, you are best off If you do not take the comments of the brain rigorously, because if you do they probably bother you, and you start making up comments that you perceive to be more exciting. But as they are not in sync with the brain they do not make you happy but stubborn, because you insist they are better. That is how you turn you into the stubborn one-sidedness of the special self. But perceiving the remarks of the brain as sorts of ways to respond to something, they do not seem to make you definitive. Thus you remain relative to the brain, which is the nature of the basic self.

Alexius, for example, is basically programmed to organise, but that does not mean that the brain expects him to do it in the rigid way of society, where everything is organised in lines. Even though nature is organised so that seasons changes, for example, it hardly ever organises anything in a rigid fashion. Have you ever seen square clouds?

It is only those, who have disconnected themselves from their basic nature which is to be aligned with the brain, that needs to organise things so the world appears to be consistent (read more about that here).

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

To be conscious is to separate. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Being relative, the basic self does not perceive itself to be constant, but whatever it needs to be to get a loan, for example. The special self, on the other hand, needs to stick to its image of being someone definitive, and convince the bank that it is special enough to get a loan.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The basic self never gets disappointed by somebody because they are not the ones perceived to be the reason for what it is going on. The brain is, and as it always rewards it with happiness when its perception relates its script, it has no reason to be disappointed. Mainly because it does not believe that what it does should result in something specific but whatever the brain has planned.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The basic self is not a definitive being but an entity relative to the brain. The same applies to the special self although it hides that from itself with its perception of being independent.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Within the context of a world where there seems to be more than one, the basic self is everyone and no-one. As this means it has a relative self, there is no definitive self to doubt, whereas the special self, which insists on being someone definitive always doubts itself.

That is probably why it likes to show off as self-assured and seemingly very wise points out that there must be a real self choosing between the basic and special self. But just like there is nothing real choosing what we experience to be in a dream, nothing real picks what we appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, as neither the dream or such a world is real.

In other words, regardless of what you believe to be, you are nothing, because it takes more than one to be anything and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

When there is nothing to hope for, what you believe to be is no more, because it is built on the hope there is more than that which is one, which is an illusion since oneness is formless and therefore endless.

For the same reason there is not something to hope for, so if reading Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings seems to result in hopelessness, they are working. And you are on the journey with no road or distance to the formlessness of oneness. See also the hack No Hope = Oneness, which you can find in Extra Duality Hacks.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When you really feel something you are nothing but that. Consequently, there is nothing else to contrast what you feel and thus not something to define it, nor you. That is why most avoid to really feel something by mentally understanding and/or justifying it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

In a state of not-knowing,* everything sounds different because there is nobody going down memory lane to find experiences that seem comparable to the present and thus able to shape it. Hence every sound is an entirely new experience. The same applies to sights, feelings, and tastes.

This is not something you are aware of though, and you will never know if it is so because you are in a state of not-knowing.* Yet it seems likely because that state is over when you start to search your memory bank for something to help you categorise what you hear, see, feel or taste.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The duality hacks do not detach you from feelings in the sense that they are experienced as something distant. On the contrary, when you return from a state of not-knowing* to the consciousness of being someone definitive, they will seem so very close and powerful. But since you no longer perceive them to be something but nothing, you enjoy this intensity of nothing, regardless it appears in the shape of sadness or happiness. In other words, you are indifferent to the supposed difference between the contrasts making up a world of duality.

Should you forget that any experience is an illusion and focus on its apparent tangibility, the doubt that this seems to cause can be used to ignite a take off to the empty breath if feeling confusion is not edited. Hence you again are in a state of not-knowing,* wherefore there is nobody to judge the apparent difference between sadness and happiness to make a difference.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Extraordinary experiences, for example glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, seem to be at a premium for the special self. Yet it seldom experiences anything but the ordinary, because to prevent its special image from cracking it up, it must fence off unfamiliar experiences.

If something uncontrollable like glimpses of enlightenment should enter into the controlled world of the special self, it will ignore it, wait for it to be over, then suppress the memories of it and return to its old life.

If it accidentally happens, that a glimpse of enlightenment cracks open the armour of the special self, it compares the unfamiliar experience to its familiar memories, so the unknown becomes well-known and therefore seems to confirm what it believes to be.

Read about how to have glimpses of enlightenment in Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Feeling happy sad. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Since the basic self is not exclusive but inclusive, and since everything in a world of duality comes in pairs, black and white, for example, the inclusion of happiness contains sadness and vice versa. Feeling unhappy, therefore, is not a clear-cut state of sorrow. If you, for instance, feel depressed because your cat is dead, you are also in touch with the happiness you experienced in its presence. In fact, happiness is the reason you feel sad.

This does not apply to the special self. It is not inclusive but exclusive, so it is not able to feel sadness and happiness simultaneously. Nor is it able to feel any of those emotions on its own, because it suppresses sadness to feel happy, and happiness cannot be felt without it. The special self does not know it has distanced itself from its feelings, because it has replaced them with speculative explanations of what is going on and why.

Should the intensity of a feeling manage to surpass its speculations, the special self is devastated. Yet that is nothing compared to the annihilation it faces by experiencing happiness and sadness simultaneously, because when two opposing feelings meet they cancel out each other (read more about that here) so that there is not something to define it as someone. That is the death of the special self.

The basic self does not have this problem because it does not exclude life from death. So should it fear death, it will meet life as well, and since opposing elements cancel out each other when not kept apart, there is nothing left but emptiness, which is pure bliss.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The brain renders a world where there seems to be more than one out of nothing, so there is something entertain the self it also has created from out of nothing as if it is something. That is all.

There is not something to learn, because there is no more than that which is one, so every bit of a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion – including that a brain renders something out of nothing, which someone experiences as real.

Thus, there is neither someone making this fantasy or being conscious about it.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You are not reading this, and it has been not written. It is not possible, because there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. Yet it seems possible to believe, there is more than that which is one. And since you appear to be reading and Alexius to be writing this, you and he are one in this belief. Consequently, to believe there is more than that which is one is a positive confirmation of oneness.

So even though the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one appears to hide the formlessness of oneness, it is not denying it, because this belief would not be possible without it since there is no more than that which is one.

Failure may be the greatest success

In a long forgotten land, there lived an old man in a house far away from everything.

In forgotten land a long time ago, an old man was living all by himself in a house far from everything. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

In a land long time forgotten, there was a wise old man, who was said to know the way to the enlightenment of that which is one. A young man, who dreamed of this, travelled for months through the country until he finally succeeded in finding the old man in an obscure place far from everything. He asked, the old if he could show him the way to the enlightenment of that which is one, and the old man answered: »No problem if you are willing to work for it«.

»Of course«, said the young man, who was very eager to get started, but a little surprised when the old man asks him to dig a ditch around his house. He assumed the old man was poor so that if he would do it for free, all secrets would be revealed for him.

He, therefore, did his best to impress the old man, but it was not easy. The old man kept saying, the work was not good enough, it could be much better, the ditch should be much deeper and so on. When the old man at long last seemed to be satisfied, the young one thought, now he would be rewarded for all his hard work.

Expecting something for something
For about a week the young man patiently waited for the old man to show his appreciation. Though old man said nothing he treated the old man with much respect, thinking that the better he could make the old man feel, the more he would reveal. For weeks the old man did not approach the young man at all, until one day he quietly asked him to fill up the ditch again.

The young man freaked out and started to wonder, if the old man really was a wise man, but he decided to see what would happen, if he did what he was told – and so he filled up the ditch in such a way, that you could hardly see, there ever had been one.

The award appeared shitty
The young man was very proud of his work, and when the old man asked him to meet in his house exactly one hour later, he thought, now all secrets will be revealed to me. So he opened the door to the house with a big smile on his face. It did very last very long though because the old man threw a bucket of cow shit down on the young man from his hiding place above the door. The young man got angrier than ever before in his life – especially as he through the shit saw, how amazed the old man was.

Furiously he left the old man, thinking he had wasted months of his precious life with this sadistic man, who knew nothing about the enlightenment of that which is one. After some time, however, he felt like coming back, and so one more time he asked the old man to teach him the secret way to the enlightenment of that which is one.

Again the old man said yes and gave him one meaningless assignment after the other. A year or more went on like this, and when the old man one day again threw a bucket of cow shit on the young man, he quietly looked at the old man with a happy smile beneath the shit.

The young man did not feel young anymore, neither old. And he was no more looking for secrets to be revealed in the future. He was not looking for anything at all, neither did he assume, that he in any way had done or was anything special. All his ideas were gone. He was empty, and in the emptiness, he saw nothing, so there was not something to hide the enlightenment of that which is one.

Failure may be the greatest success
In the above, Alexius may have mixed two old Satsang* stories, that he heard as a young man. At that time he considered them to be typical guru stories out of touch with modern life because he was still into using life instead of being used by it.

In the eyes of the world, he has had a very successful life. In the past years, however, everything seems to fall apart. There is nothing inside of him, no ´I´ with a need to have or do anything that seems useful, neither no power to do something about it. In fact no power of his at all. This apparent failure though may be his biggest success.**

Alexius has no more to live up to. All expectations are gone. He is nothing and that is why the formlessness of oneness can use him as a medium for the which is one. This is, of course, just a metaphor because oneness is a power with no powers as that requires more than one, so it has no power to use anyone.

*) Satsang is a Hindi word that roughly translated means to be in the company of truth, which in the context of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings is nonsense, as to be something requires more than one and truth is that which is one. In other words, it is just another fabricated state of mind in a world where there seems to be more than one, that is used to hide there is no more than one.

**) This reflects the personality of Alexius, but it does not necessarily apply to your personality. Having nothing inside is just as illusionary as anything else in a world where there seems to be more than one, so if the illusion of having everything inside and lots of success in the world seems to your ´way´ by all means go for it.

What it boils down to is that all illusions are symbols of that which is real, since without reality there could be no illusion. Perceived in this way, it does not matter what illusion you indulge yourself in. They all symbolise that which makes it possible to experience something that is not real. Hack #2.1 Seeing symbols of non-duality in a world of duality and hack #2.2 Everything experienced is a symbol of life are exploring this.

NOTE: This article is part of hack #5-7.2 The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be found in a world where there seems to be more than one, but glimpses of it can.

Someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one knows nothing else than there is no more than that which is one

thegrandview1

It is very easy to meet the requirement of the enlightenment of that which is one, as all it requires is that you do not know what and where you are, and this nobody knows. That is unless you hide this by being exclusive instead of inclusive because by excluding something, you seem to be defined as someone definitive, who autonomously can decide what and where to be. The animation is grabbed from Ello.

PART 1:
Someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one knows, there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one. Most others think there must be more.

This does not mean that someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one knows about heaven or nirvana, how to unite with atman or god, be full of bliss or to transcend the self and whatnot. For someone like that, it seems like a waste of time to obtain such states of mind, as to know, unite, transcend or be something requires more than one and therefore remains within the illusion of a world where there seems to be more than one.

In that context someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one prefers googling for how and where to get good food, clothes and other practical things, that make it more comfortable to pretend being in a world where there seems to be more than one a world, instead of trying to escape it by learning about kundalini, states of bliss and whatnot. Someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one knows, there is nothing to escape, because there is no more than that which is one.

Being grounded, wise or anything else are not attributes of someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, because someone like has no need to be anything specific.

Therefore someone like that does not care for abstract ideas of nirvana, higher states of consciousness and whatnot. And when using words like ego, personality, duality, non-duality and oneness, it is without knowing what they are. Words are just something, that has been learned in order to be able to communicate in a world where there seems to be more than one and not to promote itself as someone special.

Someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one takes part in the world where there seems to be more than one in the same way that a televison takes part in it. Whatever is receives it plays out. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one takes part in a world where there seems to be more than one in the same way that a television takes part in it. Whatever it receives it plays out. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one does not feel alienated, when taking part in a world where there seems to be more than one, because someone like that does not believe to be there, as there is no more than that which is one. Yet someone like that is not taking part in the world in order to be or to have something. In fact someone like that does not know that there is something to be or have, because all what is known is that there is no more than that which is one. This is not the same, however, as that which is one is known. It cannot be known, as it takes more than one to know something.

Yet someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one has no idea about what the world is, as it is in the eye of the beholder, and what is behold cannot be trusted. It is all make-believe.

Neither does someone like that knows the formlessness of that which is one, because it takes more than one to know something. Yet someone like that knows what everybody else in a world where there seems to be more than one also know, namely that such a world is unreal. But even though it has not been possible to verify the creation of the world and Quantum Physics basically says, it does not exist unless you look at it, most suppress that what they see is make-believe.

In other words, most things said and done in the world is based on denial, whereas the foundation for what someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one seems to say and do is that a world where there seems to be more than one is not real, because there is no more than that which is one.

Consequently, there is nobody writing this, and therefore no personality with a need to fabricate a consistent article written by someone special. This does not mean that there is no personality, because in a world where there seems to be more than one it is as necessary as the body. Yet there is nobody identified with the personality, neither the body.

Someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one has, like everybody else, its own personality. But unlike everybody else, it is not definitive but relative. In other words, the personality can, just like the hands of the body for example, be used in many ways, as there is no attachment to a special expression of it  Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The personality, however, still carries out its duty, namely to collect info that seems to prove, the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one is real. But as there is no identification with the personality, the apparent differences that it points out in the world are met with indifference. Hence they do not make a difference, and separation makes no sense. In other words, there is no more than that which is one.

This is not something that has been realised by someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one. Not knowing and yet knowing that there is no more than that which is one is a natural state of someone like that.

PART 2: Someone who is not to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one can be compared to someone who is online all the time. The light of the sun is never seen – only the light of the screen is seen. Likewise, you never see the light from that which is one, when you believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. All the light you see in such a world is artificial, no matter where it seems to come from because such a world is not real.

In fact, all light that can be seen is an illusion, because it takes more than one to see something and there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one. Therefore the light from that which is one is not something you see, neither is it something you become, as that also requires more than one.

To not see and neither be the light of that which is one, you must be willing to undo the belief in being someone at all. Forgetting what and where you are or not caring about more accomplishes this.

Inclusiveness results in nothing, because without the exclusion of something, you cannot be defined. Not being definable there is nothing to hide the formlessness of that which is you.

The more you include, the less you appear to be separated but alone together, which is the obvious way back to the formlessness of that which is one, as this is how you imagined to leave it. The graphic is grabbed from Ello.

You are defined as someone definitive by what you do not like in yourself and therefore exclude by projecting it on others. In other words, it is the exclusion of something from what you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, that defines you as someone definitive there.

From this follows that if you do not exclude anything but include everything, you are not defined as someone definitive, neither is there no more for you to become or have, and so there is nobody to believe that you are someone definitive.

Theoretically speaking everything can be included right now. Yet you may want to take it more slow and do it along the way, because the more the belief in being someone definitive is undone, the less you suffer from it, and so you are able to enjoy the excitement of this belief while having it undone.

You cannot fail when practising inclusiveness. If you forget to include something, you include your forgetfulness. And if you think, it is a sin to forget something, you include being a sinner.

Nothing has to be changed or made better to make inclusiveness work. It is very simple. You can never do it wrong because if you do, you include that.

You can also have the belief in being someone definitive undone in a similarly smooth way by having glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one (see the article Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment) or connecting with the empty breath (see hack #4.3 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing).

There are many ways to a state of not-knowing and its bliss of emptiness. All the duality hacks except for the enlightenment of that which is one takes you there. There is no way, however, to the enlightenment of that which is one, as that requires more than one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The last two approaches require you to open up to the world of the inner senses, but if you prefer to remain in the world of the outer senses while slowly but surely having the belief in being someone definitive undone, you stick to inclusiveness as described above. See

Another approach that also sets off from the world of the outer senses is to pretend to be in it instead of believing to be there (see hack #1.4 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation) or to perceive everything as a symbol of that which makes it possible to experience them (see hack #2.1 Seeing symbols of non-duality in a world of duality and hack #2.2 Everything experienced is a symbol of life or simply be what you already are as someone definitive, namely alone together (see hack #8.8 Alone together is the key to that which is one).

If you do not want to take it slow but to have the belief in being someone definitive undone in less than no time, you bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one. See HACK #5-7, Inner senses, enlightenment and glimpses of it.

Apart from the enlightenment of that which is one, the above approaches overlap each other. Basically, they all lead to what in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings is called a perfect moment, which is not perfect in the sense that there is nothing wrong, but that it makes no difference if something appears to be wrong or not.

The best of the above approaches to use is the one that suits you the most. If it changes from day-to-day, that is the way to go for you. Alexius follows the empty breath, which like an automatic gear shift between the above approaches, that makes you indifferent to the apparent differences of a world where there seems to be more than one.

All that being said about ways, the formlessness of that which is one is everything, because what is formless is endless. Hence a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion, including any way out of it. So to fully undo the belief in such a world, the way you appear to go must be undone as well.

Alexius is not full of light, but of nothing, as there is nothing else than that which is one and it takes more than one to be Alexius. Yet in a world where there seems to be more than one he is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Alexius is not full of light but of nothing, as there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one and it takes more than one to be Alexius. Yet in a world where there seems to be more than one he is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 3:
Though Alexius is someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, he does not know what it is. So if you after having read Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings have the impression that he knows something, you may have fooled yourself into thinking, that he believes he as someone definitive is making them.

Alexius does not believe to be someone definitive.  It is just something he pretends to be, and what he writes while pretending this is not something he has devised. As a vessel, he simply types what he receives without trying to understand it.

There is not something to understand in regards to the enlightenment of that which is one, as what is understandable has a beginning and an end, whereas that which is one is formless and therefore endless. That is why the enlightenment of that which is one does not supply you with a higher understanding but simply leaves you with nothing.

It is also why there is nothing outside of it, neither you, Alexius or his non-teachings. This is not to say that you, Alexius and his non-teachings are inside of it. What is formless has no sides, so there is no inside. Besides, it takes more than one to be somewhere.

It cannot be known what the enlightenment of that which is one is, because it requires more than one to know something, and all that it reveals is that there is no more than that which is one. Consequently everything you seem to know about it is wrong.

In other words, Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings does not point to the formlessness of that which is one, as there is nothing outside of it. Furthermore, formlessness takes up no space, so there is nothing to point to.

You may think that what can be seen is real, but it is the other way around, only that which cannot be seen is real, because reality is the formlessness of that which is one and as formlessness has no dimensions it is invisible.

But Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings point to the experience of you, Alexius, his non-teachings and anything else conceivable as an illusion, because it takes more than one to experience something and there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one.

»The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.« Jesus about enlightenment, Matt 6:22, King James Bible.

Alexius body is not full of light, neither is he the way, as Jesus supposedly claimed that he was. The enlightenment of that which is one is formless, so it cannot fill a body defined by time and space. Also it takes at least two and not one to fill something with something.

For the same reason there is no way leading to the enlightenment of that which is one. No worries. It is not needed, because that which is one is formless, so it never ends and consequently cannot be left. Hence there is no Alexius or anybody else to enlighten.

NOTES: In a world where there seems to be more than one, it seems there is a lot to learn about how to function there. In that context, Alexius knows something, for example how to type and publish Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings on the web. Yet he does not use his worldly knowledge to make him appear as if he is special, but as a means to undo the belief in being someone at all.

In the context of spirituality, Alexius knows nothing, because spirit is the formlessness of that which is one. This article is written in that context.

This article is part of hack #5-7.2 The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be found in a world where there seems to be more than one, but glimpses of it can.

How to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one

To appear as someone definitive, you must exclude something. The animation is grabbed from the web.

Exclusion seems to result in something, whereas inclusion gives you nothing.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Anger is just a lid over joy, so if you do not try to get rid of it, but feel it as it is, the result is joy. Even better, if you completely include anger, its contrast joy is automatically included as well. Inclusion though will neither result in anger or joy but cancel them out so that you do not appear to be someone definitive, which is the opening the enlightenment of that which is one is waiting for.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

To completely include something is not to feel it, neither to embrace it, but to not understand it and just be it.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When something is included, you do not know what has been included. Not because it was transformed into something better or higher, but because it is not possible to exclude something, so what you include is nothing. In other words, inclusion undoes the belief in being someone definitive.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

To appear as someone special, you must exclude what you judge not to be special. If this appearance feels claustrophobic, all you need to undo it is to not exclude but include. The more you include, the less there is to define you as someone special. Consequently, there is nothing to lose, and therefore no reason to fear the enlightenment of that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You want to read more about inclusion versus exclusion in hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is a perfect moment and hack #3.5 Inclusiveness is pure bliss.

To forget what are where you are is to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one. The animation is grabbed from the web.

To forget what and where you are is to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one. The animation is grabbed from the web.

Praying, meditating, fasting, wearing special clothes or being with special people in special places does not help you in regards to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, as doing something implies that you are someone definitive. There is nothing to do and no help to get than forget what and where you are.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

A world where there seems to be more than one is make-believe, contrary to that which is one, as it takes more than one to believe something.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

A certain bodily posture, state of mind, kundalini awakening and whatnot is not needed in order to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one because it does not enter neither the mind or the body (including aura and chakras). On the contrary, it undoes the belief in anything that can be experienced – including primordial energy, consciousness, astral worlds and whatnot –so that only what cannot be experienced is left, namely the formlessness of that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

A world where there seems to be more than one only appears to be there, when believing to be someone definitive, because otherwise there does not appear to be someone thinking, and without thoughts there is nothing to see, as any kind of experience is a construction of thoughts – also love, stillness, consciousness and whatnot. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

A world where there seems to be more than one is a simulated reality layered on top of the formlessness of that which is one, made by imagining it is possible to be and have more than that. See this article.

It is of course not possible to be and have more than the formlessness of that which is one because what is formless is endless and therefore everything. In other words, there is no more than that which is one, so if you believe to be someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, you are either non-existing or hallucinating.

Fortunately, there are ways to undo this belief:

  • The more you pretend to be a someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, the less the imagination of you as someone definitive in such a world appears to be real. Seen hack #1.4 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation.
  • The more you see everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one, the less the imagination of you as someone definitive in such appears to real. See the hack Seeing symbols of non-duality in a world of duality.
  • The more differences do not make a difference, the less the imagination of you as someone definitive in such appears to be real. See the hacks Every moment is the perfect moment, Inclusiveness is a perfect moment and Inclusiveness is pure bliss. The indifference to the apparent differences of a world where there seems to be more than one comes automatically when connected with the empty breath, which you can read about in the hack ´The empty breath´ and the bliss of not believing to be someone.

You can find the above hacks in the table of contents.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

If you do not focus, you cannot see the world and so it will not acknowledge you as someone definitive. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

If you do not seek to be acknowledged as someone definitive, you are nobody – and only as nobody can you bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

In reality, there is no more than that which is one and as it requires more than one for something to have contrast, there is nothing right or wrong, bad or good, true or false, inside or outside – neither is there anything outside of that which is one. But it is possible to think so. Yet thinking does not make it real, and so a world where there seems to be more than one does not contain neither truth, self, oneness or anything else than emptiness.

Maybe that is why the findings of science are that the universe is 99.9999999 per cent empty space. And the rest, despite it also is empty space and just like a dream does not contain anything substantial, is what we perceive as elements of matter making up a world defined by time and space..

If you do not focus on being someone specific, there is nobody to see a definable world and so there is nothing to hide the enlightenment of that which is one.

To bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, all you need to do is to stop focusing on experiencing something tangible, because if you believe to see something definable, it is as if it is hiding the formless enlightenment of that which is one.

That which is one is neither light or darkness or anything in between. Light is just what is used to extract all the thoughts, that are used to make up the experience of being someone tangible, so there is not something to be sucked into a black hole and spit out on the other side into that which is one. Neither is there another side, as there is no more than that which is one.

NOTE: This article is the last one of hack #5-7.1 From the inner senses through a black hole into that which is one.

SH (ALONE) You may be enlightened without knowing it, because the enlightenment of that which is one changes nothing

Even though it appears as if you are in a body, it is all make-believe. The enlightenment of that which is one does not change anything within this belief system. It simply undoes it. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As it is make-believe to appear as if you are in a body, the enlightenment of that which is one does not waste time on changing anything within the world of this belief. Instead, it undoes it. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

It is not uncommon to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one and afterwards dismiss the vague memories of it as nothing, as what is formless – and therefore not definable – cannot be remembered as something. So in that sense, it is certainly nothing. Besides, as the enlightenment of that which is one is one perpetual present, it cannot be transferred to a world of linear time. In other words, it cannot be shared in a world where there seems to be more than one, wherefore it is dismissed as not real.

That is why Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings just are pointers to it (see for example the article Last night I died from the world again). If you somehow are touched by these pointers based on his vague memories, you may also have vague memories of it, which is not – as most like to imagine – something that will change you into a spiritual and blissful being, who will last forever. On the contrary.

As there is no more than one in the enlightenment of that which is one, you will not last forever. Like a machine, you are simply turned off, and without a personality, self, soul or whatever you considered to be or have in a world where there seems to be more than one, ´you´ fall/float through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one.

If the biological system of the body, you seemed to inhabit before the enlightenment of that which is one is rebooted* in less than half an hour – in linear time – you again appear to be in it, but you are not greater or better than before, neither are you more spiritual, blissful, wise, loved or respected in a world where there seems to be more than one.

The enlightened does not have a high consciousness, as it takes more than one to have something. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The unenlightened may have a high consciousness attained through many years of meditation. But one who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one has nothing, because it takes more than one to have something. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When one who is compared to the enlightenment of that which is one forget that there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one, it seems that the unenlightened knows so much more about enlightenment than the enlightened, who knows nothing. But as soon as it is remembered, there is no more than that which is one, it dawns on the enlightened that all knowledge enhances separation, as it takes more than one to know something.

Literally, nothing has changed. The enlightenment of that which is one did not return you to the formlessness of that which is one. It is not possible, as that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one, and as what is formless is endless, there is nothing outside of it, so you never left it – only in your imagination, which the enlightenment does not change but undoes.

There is not something to awaken from or return to – neither any awareness to expand – because there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one.

In other words, the enlightenment of that which is one does nothing but heals the sick belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Rebooted as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, you sense this very clearly, because even though the memories of the enlightenment of that which is one are vague, one thing stands out crystal clear: There is no more than that which is one.

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The unenlightened often tries to make someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one looking bad. The church, for example, has painted a picture of the devil, as if it has horns, because they grow out in the aura of an enlightened, and the church wants to make those, who do not need their salvation to look evil.

So if you are looking for something big and supernatural, that will support you and help you to become more spiritual and blissful, you will not notice if you somehow forget what and where you are and therefore bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, because it has none of those qualities you are looking for. It has nothing at all, as it requires more than one to have anything.

Last night I died from the world again

The transmission from outer to inner senses is not gradually but very abrupt and it can seem frightening in the moment you sense the world, as you know it, is gonna be erased. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The total transmission from the outer to the inner senses is not gradual but very abrupt, and it can seem frightening at the moment where you sense that nothing definable will make it through this transition. You and the world, as you know it, is gonna be eradicated just like that. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Just like we have senses to see, hear, feel, smell and taste a world that seems to be outside of us, we have similar ones to sense an inner realm. To use the inner senses, or go beyond the senses we normally use, namely, the outer ones, they must be more or less turned off.

The more you do not focus on something specific in the world, that the outer senses seem to produce, the more they are closing down and the less you see a definable world. To be completely defocused for a moment feels like you die from the world of the outer senses, which may be why the New Testament says that St. Paul died daily.

A complete transition from the outer senses to the inner ones can be very uncomfortable. Some choose to die instead of going through this phase. But the most fight to remain as a person in the world experienced by the outer senses, as that is where they consider life to be.

Vomiting is a way to stop frightening things from coming up
Psychologically speaking it is said, that when suppressed feelings are about to surface, some unconsciously choose to vomit instead of facing them. It is a bit the same in the total transition from outer to inner senses, in the sense that part of you are afraid of the unknown and try avoiding it by doing something very physical like vomiting.

But it is best to avoid vomiting in the phase of the total transition from outer to inner senses, and instead face the extreme discomfort by including it precisely as it is without trying to understand or embrace, so you are what is in the moment and nothing else. Then it is over. It may be easier said than done, and it may take a long time to pass the apparent discomfort.

At a very young age when one of my inner senses opened, the outer ones were fully turned off, so there was nothing to block out the enlightenment of that which is one. I had been driving a taxi for 15 hours and was exhausted to the extent that I confused traffic lights for customers trying to hire a cab.

When I finally returned home from work, there was no energy left to fight the inner sense called the third eye to open up and burn away everything that appeared to be Alexius in a world where there seems to be more than one, so that there was no belief in something definable to hide there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one.

ice-experience-2

In deep sleep or big exhaustion, you do not sense apparent differences to make a difference, which is the invitation the enlightenment of that which is one is waiting for. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Deep, deep sleep
The inner senses are like the outer ones in the way, that if one of them is intensely used, the other ones seem to be somewhere in the background. In other words, one sense dominates at a time. For me, it was the most known of the inner senses, that dominated, when the inner senses opened up, namely the ability to ´see´ light. Not a light though that can be compared to anything you can see with the two eyes of the outer senses.

The Bhagavad Gita compares this light to light from thousands of suns, but I would not do that. To compare it to something is to say, there is something to see, that can be defined by time and space. It is not a light that illuminates something. There is nothing to see – not even light because there is no consciousness of being someone. There is just light and nothing else.

Soon after I bid welcome the visual aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one, the inner ear opened with ethereal harmonies sounding like bells but in a lot crisper and softer way than the mundane ones. Regarding the opening of the inner eye, I had no discomfort in the transition. Guess I was too exhausted to fight the opening of it. Speaking of the opening of the inner ear, I think it happened in what Buddha called the deep sleep.

If you sleep very, very deep, the concept of an ´I´, that experience something, is gone, and so there is nobody to fight the flow. It was in such a profound sleep that my inner ear opened up just like that.

The focus and concentration needed to read books enhances the belief in being and having something specific, contrary to defocusing that initiates the flow towards the formlessness of oneness.

The above is not much of an explanation of the deep sleep, but as I have not read the Buddhist statements, which are probably full of fancy names for levels and whatnot, all I know is from deep sleeping myself – or rather not doing it, as there is nobody there. That is why all I have are vague memories.

Always on the run from something to something better, so that you do not see, that which is you is the best. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The desire to escape that which is one is the reason, you must belief it is possible to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, so you appear to be and have more than another one. Escape is so deeply rooted in the belief system, that it governs everything you seem to do.

Even if you change your mind and want oneness instead of separation, you still think you need to escape the enlightenment of that which is one. That is until you realise, it is yourself that you want to escape, because that which is you is no different from that which is one.

Tasting the sweetness of that which is one
To taste the sweetness of that which is one, which is like a flavour of milk and honey with a hint of liquorice or sometimes strawberry was not without discomfort for me. My body acted like it had been attacked by something dangerous and panicked by making vomit reflexes. But when I did not try to escape it, the panic turned out to be a lid on a jug of a smoothie-like texture, that in some scriptures are called the nectar of life.

This is very much told in retrospect because as the enlightenment as that which is one cannot be experienced, this aspect of it is rather the tastelessness of nothingness. It was not after having had several glimpses of this aspect, which is an experience of a transparent sweet smoothie like flavour, that I realised I must have bid welcome this aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one, because I had a memory of this taste in its extreme and most pure form, namely the tasteless formlessness of that which is one.

When the biological system of the body does not function anymore, the world of the outer senses cannot be experienced. For almost half an hour, however, you remain in the world of the inner senses, and as it is only in the world of the outer senses the belief in being someone specific can be upheld, nobody is dying. That is if you do not fight the world of the inner senses by holding onto something specific, that reminds you of something in the world of the outer senses.

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

In that which is one you are not anything at all, not even the bubbling sense of oneness There is not someone to experience it, as that would require more than one. This does not mean, that you are gone, because that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one. What is gone is that which is not you, namely someone tangible who appears to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Last night I finally died from the outer sense of feeling a tangible world
The inner sense of feeling has not been easy for me to get in touch with. It took many years of discomfort, vomiting, being hospitalised and at times losing the ability to balance – just to mention a few of the unsettling things, I have encountered as a person in the world getting closer to this inner sense.*

But last night in a very deep sleep I got so close, that I completely died from the outer sense of feeling a world defined by past experiences. In other words, the belief in being Alexius was momentarily undone, so that the enlightenment of that which is one was bid welcome – not in a visual but emotional way though. First, there was discomfort from not feeling my body to be separated from the bed. It was as if everything was electric and full of tiny bubbles.

Next, it turned into one feeling of nothingness, in the sense that there was nothing tangible – neither Alexius. Calling it a feeling is not entirely correct, because there is nobody to feel it … and nobody to remember it. In other words, what I am writing is based on vague memories, that I seem to be able to pick up from what feels like very far away and yet right here.

I remember, it was not like in a world defined by time and space, where there seem to be different events happening in sequences of time. There was no time. Everything was happening simultaneously.

It was one perpetual present and still is. This, however, cannot be described in a world of linear time, so it seems as if it happened in the past. Yet there was and is no difference between that which I am and the non-tangible feeling of one eternal presence of nothing but sizeless bubbles. This should not be understood that I am in a state like that in a world where there seems to be more than one, but that I know I am not there, because there is no more than that which is one.

Until that night I only had glimpses of the emotional aspect of that which is one, which is to emotionally experience the vibration that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises. The feeling of this vibration can be compared to the feeling you have in the body when quickly drinking the bubbles from a Coca-Cola, or from sensing the purring of a cat. If you want to learn how to feel and hear this vibration check, the article Life has no secrets.

How to activate glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one in its other aspects you can read about in the article Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment.

If you see something in this pic, there´s duality.

If you see something in this image, you believe it is possible to be and have more than that which is one and use what you define seeing to fence off the undefinable formlessness of that which is one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Back in a world where there seems to be more than one
To leave the enlightenment of that which is one and reappear as a person in the world of the outer senses, all that is needed is to perceive something, as this is based on separation. I remember from years ago, when I came back from my first intense glimpse of the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises, there had been a wish to live as opposed to dying. Such a contrast – or any other for that matter – is only applicable in a world where there seems to be more than one, so again Alexius appeared to be there.

To experience the enlightenment of that which is one, there must be someone to experience it, but that is not possible, as it takes more than one to experience something. Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings therefore discerns between the enlightenment of that which is one, which cannot be experienced, and glimpses of it, which is an experience of it, that is comparable to watching a movie trailer, that is just a sample of the whole movie.

Any experience is an illusion, as it takes more than one to experience something and there is no more than that which is one
The outer and inner senses are two sides of the same coin – that is why it is easy to shift between them and also why they both are part of a world where there seems to be more than one. In other words, the glimpses of enlightenment that can be experienced via the inner senses are not the ultimate reality. Well, in fact, nothing is.

As a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion, there is nothing to wake up from and nothing ultimate to come back to. If there was, a world where there seems to be more than one would not be an illusion. Consequently, this article is as illusionary as a street sign pointing towards for example New York. It is just a pointer, and not what it is pointing towards.

We all know, the world presented to us in a set of virtual reality glasses is not real. Yet most have forgotten, that neither is the world presented to us by the senses. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

We all know, the world presented to us in a set of virtual reality glasses is not real. Yet most have forgotten, that neither is the world presented to us by the senses. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

We all know, that within the framework of a world where there seems to be more than one, the world simulated in virtual reality glasses is not real, and that when you take off the glasses, everything that appeared to be in the virtual world disappears, so that is not something to disturb you from seeing what is supposed to be the real world.

The world of the inner senses with glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one shows us the same is true in regards to the world that is experienced with the outer senses because it fades out the more the outer senses are turned inwards towards.

When the enlightenment of that which is one is bid welcome, there is nothing to experience, as it takes more than one to experience something.

But the experience of this inner world** full of lucid light, ethereal music, sweet nectar or bubbles of nothingness disappears, if the outer senses are completely closed off, as the contrasts, that glimpses of enlightenment seem to be made off, will dissolve, so there are no glimpses to experience, neither somebody specific to experience them – and therefore not something to hide, there is nothing but one perpetual present.

From the perspective of a world where oneness is divided into more than one, there is literally nothing in that which is one. But from the standpoint of oneness – though no such thing is possible, as it requires more than one to have a view of something – there is everything in that which one, as it is formless and therefore never ends.

Kind regards
Alexius

*) When rereading this article much later all memories of discomfort is gone, so do not worry, you will be OK if you choose to go with the flow of the inner senses.

**) Please do not take the expression in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings about an inner and outer world too literal. It should not be understood as there is a world inside of you. There is nothing inside or outside of you. The inner world rather refers to something, that it is not experienced to be in the world, you perceive to be outside of you.

Pretending to be a person in a hospital after a reboot.

Rebooted in a hospital where they speak a language foreign to me except for laughter, so I pretend to be someone having fun in a world where there seems to be more than one, which is easy when you know it is all make-believe. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

NOTE ABOUT DYING FROM THE WORLD OF THE OUTER SENSES
To die from the outer senses and return to them again can be compared to rebooting a computer. You feel like a blank slate when coming back. The transition though of leaving the imagination of a world where there seems to be more than one and going where you cannot go, namely where there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one, can be full of fear and discomfort, and that there is a chance, you will not make it back to a world where there seems to be more than one with a sane mind. There are no guarantees.

NOTE ABOUT MULTITASKING BETWEEN INNER AND OUTER SENSES
When you open up to the inner senses, they reveal their world at their own accord, which may be inconvenient in regards to the world that is experienced with the outer senses, so make sure to stay away from things and places, where the focus on the world of the outer senses is needed when you sense the inner senses are knocking at the door.

This is not a problem though, if you connect with the empty breath, as its function is to be an automatic gear between the inner and outer senses. You can read about this in hack #4, Being in a state of not-knowing. If you quickly want to connect with the empty breath, check out Take-offs to ´the empty breath´Where to find the bliss of ´the empty breath´How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´ and What does ´the empty breath´ feel like?.

Life has no secrets

There is nothing to search for. Searching comes from the desire of more, and there is no more than that which is one.

There is nothing to search for. Searching comes from the desire to be and have more than the oneness of life, but there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Life has no secrets. It is impossible because life is that which is one and it takes more than one to have a secret. So how come so many are wondering about what it is and where to find it. The answer lies in the previous sentence. Life is that which is one, so if you believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, you are without life. In other words, even though the oneness of life is used to experience a world where it seems to be divided into more than one, it is not there – just like a physical body is not in a dream, regardless being the host of it.

Though some like to think, that the word of god is something written, but there is nothing in the New Testament that indicates that. In fact the word of god can neither be written or spoken.

Some like to think, that The Word of God is something written, though nothing in the New Testament indicates that. In fact The Word of God can neither be written or spoken. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

»In the origin The Word had been existing and That Word had been existing with God and That Word was himself God.« John 1:1, Aramaic Bible in Plain English.

Unfortunately most of those reading the New Testament think, that what is written there is ´The Word of God´. But as god is that which is one and it takes more than one to write or read, the New Testament has nothing to do with ´The Word of God´.

An echo of that which is one, however, can be heard and felt in a world where there seems to be more than one. Christianity calls it for The Word of God, and in Eastern religions, it is often symbolised by the words Aum and Sohang. You could say that the oneness of life sends out an echo of itself to call you home. This echo though does not reveal what oneness is, but what it is not, namely the nothingness in which you believe to be someone definitive in a tangible world. But as you have never left the oneness of life, since it is formless and therefore endless, it is, of course, a metaphor that it is calling you home.

Yet it seems possible to believe that you are someone definitive separated from the formlessness of oneness. This article is written within the context of this belief. In other words, it is within this context, hearing or feeling the echo of oneness is a call for going home.

This echo is not a sound with a beginning and end, so it is not a word that can be written or spoken. But it can be heard and felt, and that is very easy. Hardly anybody wants to hear or feel it though because to appear as someone special in a world where there seems to be more than one you must always be right since being wrong makes you appear to not be special. Not believing to be special is, however, the prerequisite for hearing and/or feeling the echo of oneness

Approaching the echo of oneness through ´The Word of God´ may be even more confusing than the endless chanting of ´Aum´ or ´Sohang´, as it is not a word that means anything.

No chanting or any other action like that is necessary to hear/feel the vibration, that is symbolized by the word Aum. It comes to you automatically, when you do not differentiate the sounds of the world but include them all. In other words, when you do not focus or concentrate.

No chanting or reading in scriptures is necessary to hear or feel the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises. It comes to you automatically, when the apparent difference of the vibes in the world does not make a difference, which they do not do if you do not try to exclude any of them, as if there are more than one. In other words, when you do not focus or concentrate on something specific you are not someone specific but the unpronounceable vibration Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The vibration that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises is …
… not a secret though it appears to be so if you are searching for an elitist understanding of it rather than actually hearing or feeling the vibration, which can be heard or felt whenever you do not focus on hearing or feeling something specific.

When you hear or feel the unpronounceable echo of oneness, the sense of being someone definitive disappears. Thus there is nothing to transform.

For ages people have been chanted Aum and Sohang or speculated about the meaning of The Word of God, assuming that if they just kept going on, the secret behind them would miraculous be revealed. But only the ego does miracles and seduces you into believing there is something special hidden for you to find. That which is one has nothing to reveal because it takes more than one to reveal something, and there is no more than that which is one.

Many may already have heard or felt the echo of oneness coming from the edge of the universe, but as they are biassed towards something mysterious and sensational, they do not pay attention to the quiet humming, that constantly is there, as it is the basis for the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one.

It only takes one ´chant´ of Aum or Sohang to hear of feel the echo of oneness. That is if you are not looking for peak experiences of an almighty god, love or something mysterious and sensational that can be mentally explained.

To tune into hearing the echo of oneness …
… first say the two letters of AUM very slowly and when you come to M, do not really say but whisper it until you say nothing and there is a gentle humming coming from somewhere in the distance. This is the echo of oneness.

This is the Hindi symbol of ´sohang´– grabbed on the web. <i>The graphic is grabbed from the web</i>.

The Hindi symbol of Sohang is grabbed from the web.

You can also get in touch with this distant humming by saying sohang – eventually combined with listening to the sound coming from the breath. Say so when breathing in, and after a tiny break say hang when breathing out. The so is not really important, except for tuning in. The same applies to the first part of hang. After having said so-ha(n) you remain on (a)ng at the end of breathing out, and then let the sound continue by itself – what remains without you saying anything is the humming, that is the echo of oneness.

Another way to hear the echo of life is to stop focusing on any sound in particular until you cannot distinguishing the sounds that you are hearing from each other. Hence they turn into one sound, namely the echo of oneness.

You do not have to sit in a certain posture to meditate, repeat a mantrachantpraywearing special clothes or be in a special place with special people where the air is polluted with incense to hear the echo of oneness, neither does there have to be stillness inside or outside of you. All you have to do is to be devoted to whatever you are appear to do.

One of the first times Alexius heard this humming from the edge of the universe, he was busy handing out flyers on a pedestrian street, and just like that the sum of all sounds turned into a distant humming that cancelled out the noise of the street – also the feeling of being there, as the sum of all feelings turned everything into a transparent one.

Knowing it is there, it is easier to connect with it
When Alexius was a child, he preferred the music from a radio station called Radio Luxembourg. It was very hard to tune into it in his native country Denmark because it was on a frequency located between two very noisy stations. But as he knew of its existence and also where to look, with much determination and the finest subtlety he succeeded in tuning into Radio Luxembourg.

If you wonder how it is possible to hear or feel a vibration coming from the edge of the universe, check out the article A perfect moment takes you back to the first moment of duality.

Likewise, you, in the same manner, should be able to tune into the echo of oneness, now that know about the humming of oneness from the edge of the universe. If there appear to be too much noise in the head – especially the left side can be full of noise from the working of the brain – listen to your right side without focusing on anything in specific.

To feel the echo of oneness
Apart from hearing the vibration, that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises, you can also feel it – especially if you are more emotional than audio minded. Just do the same steps as above but put more weight into feeling it. Feeling it can be compared to the bodily sensation of drinking Coca-Cola but more subtle and all over the body in a bubbling or tingling way – or like sensing the purring of a cat in your whole body, or a quiver in the whole body or part of it, but with no definitive borders.

It is not really in the body that you feel it. It is rather like when like when an anaesthesia – for example, one that a dentist has made in the mouth – stops working. You feel something, but it is not as if it is the body you usually know.

In more intense moments it feels like you are nothing but the vibration from an earthquake or from a big laundry machine on the spin cycle. It is not just in the body but also outside of it, as if there is no transition between it and the appearances that seem to be outside of it. If you do not panic but go with the flow of it, you forget about the body and anything outside of it, so there is no memory to hide, there is no more than the formlessness of oneness.

And as it takes more than one to be something, what you believe to be is no more. In other words, contrary to the experience of a mild tingling in the body, the intense version of it ends up in having no experience at all, since there is nobody to experience it. Normally the reflexes of fear for not being someone definitive quickly produces experiences of more than one, so you again appear to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

In the article Nothing can stop you on Highway One except your belief in a world where there seems to be more than one you can read more about the fear of enlightenment and being rebooted as someone definitive.

That is what in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings is called the enlightenment of that which is one, but that is a story for another article, as this one is devoted to the experiences of it in the form of hearing or feeling the vibration that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolise. These experiences are not the enlightenment of that which is one but glimpses of it. See the appendix regarding the enlightenment of that which is one versus glimpses of it.

Feeling or hearing the echo of the primordial vibration is basically the same – like two sides of the same coin. It is not advisable though to encompass both at the same time. Well, it is possible to encompass any of them but to be encompassed by them one by one.

In the case of Alexius he is more into hearing than feeling, so it took him a long time to feel the echo of oneness, and when he finally did – after several years – the belief in being someone specific was momentarily undone, so there was nothing definable fencing off the aspect of feeling the enlightenment of that which is one, which you do not feel as there are no conscious of you being someone definitive.

See Last night I died again from the world, if you want to read about when Alexius finally died from the outer senses of feeling a world where there seems to be more than one.

nov-21-davidopeWhat does it sound like?
Some people complain that their neighbour is vacuuming while they are meditating, but most likely the neighbour is at sleep and it is not the sound of a vacuum cleaner you hear but the distant vibration from the edge of the universe that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises.

If you look for a big and special experience, you may brush off something so simple as the gentle humming coming from the edge of the universe and yet from nowhere. The humming can also be compared to the distant sound of the air conditioning in a big place like a supermarket or an airport. It can also be compared to the sound of a wave at the shore, that never stops going up.

Already familiar with the humming that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises, you do not tune into it all the time, if you still want to appear as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. But you may tune into it every now and then just to make sure you have not forgotten the key to the formlessness of oneness – just like you sometimes may check your pocket to hear or feel, that you have not forgotten the key to your physical home.

Life has nothing to give because life is that which is one and it takes more than one to give something
Let us return to the idea of the so-called secrets of life. What secrets does life hide? None. Were you asked to buy a book or take a special course to know what Aum, Sohang and The Word of God is a symbol of? No, and you did not have to wait until the end of the article to read about how to hear or feel the echo of life. You got it right away without beating about the bush.

If you have peculiar questions like: What is life and what is the meaning of it, you have separated yourself from it – or rather imagined that it is possible to do so, because separation from that which is one is not possible, as there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless.

So whatever you imagine to be and have in a world where there seems to be more than one is not real. Yet you like to believe, that if you try hard enough, life will reveal its secret reality to you. But life has nothing to reveal because life is that which is one and it takes more than one to reveal anything.

The above article is Alexius´ way of communicating, how you actually can hear and feel an echo of oneness. To use ´Aum´ or ´Sohang´ as a stepping stone for that is not a new idea, but so far it has mostly been promoted in mysterious ways by people, who do not hear or feel it themselves, but hope that if they repeat those words again and again a miracle will happen. Looking for that, however, they will miss the gentle humming coming from the edge of the universe.

It was not through the words ´Aum´ or ´Sohang´ that Alexius started to hear or feel the humming, that they symbolise. Since his teenage years he has been used to being ´lifted´ by this humming – for example while watching a movie, having a walk with his parents or sitting all by himself in a park. And so when he was about 40 years old it suddenly dawned on him, that this is what people are trying to reach, when chanting ´Aum´ or ´Sohang´.

It is not about reaching it though, but to tune into it so that it reaches you. When Alexius can do this so can you, because even though you may appear to be different from him, what makes it possible for the two of you to experience you are different is the same, namely the formlessness of oneness from where this humming comes.

APPENDIX:
As it takes more than one to experience something, the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be experienced. Yet glimpses of it can be experienced in the form of seeing, hearing, feeling or tasting it. In other words, to hear or feel the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises is to have a glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one.

The article Beyond the senses – or the outer senses versus the inner ones elaborates on the enlightenment of that which is one versus glimpses of it. Below are links to articles that go more in-depth with this, and also the other aspects of having glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one:

NOTE: This article is part of hack #5-7.1 From the inner senses through a black hole into that which is one.

Enlightenment of that which is one and the fear of it

A bird does not sing, because it has an answer. It sings, because it has a song. Chinese Proverb

Why are the oranges fall down from the trees outside the house of Alexius every November? The answer is simple, it is the season for that. Likewise, it seems to be the season for Alexius to write an article about bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one and the fear it may involve.

Enlightenment of that which is one is not of a world where there seems to be more than one
The enlightenment of that which is one does not result in some kind of spiritual understanding or connection with a higher being. In fact the enlightenment of that which is one results in nothing, as it takes more than one to be or have something.

As it also takes more than one to return to that which is one, there is no help to get from it. Besides, it does not know, that you believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. It is not possible, because that which is one is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than that which is one. But it is possible to imagine being someone specific in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Most books or lectures about the enlightenment of that which is one are based on speculations of how to exclude what is judged as bad in order become full of light and joy. But to exclude is to separate and therefore an enhancement of the belief in being someone definitive – and nothing definable can enter the enlightenment of that which is one.

The enlightenment of that which is one can be compared to taking a ride in a fairground carousel so fast, that the mind has to give up seeing any differences at all. Consequently it is not possible to remain as someone definitive and so there is therefore nobody to experience the enlightenment of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The enlightenment of that which is one can be compared to taking a ride in a fairground carousel moving so fast, that the mind has to give up seeing any differences at all. Consequently, it is not possible to remain as someone definitive, and so there is nobody to experience the enlightenment of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The enlightenment of that which is one undoes this imagination. Yet it is not an experience, neither a state of mind or some kind of being or consciousness, as it takes more than one to experience or be something. It can be compared to taking a ride in a fairground carousel moving so fast that the mind has to give up producing an ´I´ that is experiencing it.

Well, there is no mind at all in the enlightenment of that which is one. There is just one bright light. Not a light though that lightens up anything, as that would require more than one. For the same reason, there is no memory at all of a world where there seems to be more than one.

All articles in this blog arecolored by my personality.

In other words, the imagination of being someone definitive is wiped out by the enlightenment of that which is one, so there is nobody left to experience bliss or anything else. Therefore, what he is about to tell is not based on his experience of the enlightenment of that which is one, but vague memories of it.

His memories may seem to imply, the enlightenment of that which is one is a sequence of events happening in linear time, but that is only because one perpetual present cannot be described in a world of linear time. And even though it is described as it ´happened´ many years ago, in non-linear time, it is still ´happening´. In other words, his description may be a mix of several ´excursions´ from linear time into one perpetual present.

An early morning, when he was 22 years old, he bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one after having intensely worked as a taxi driver for about 15 hours. Somehow the sum of the images from driving around the streets continually looking for customers turned the world into something less definable and more blurry. As he had no energy left to establish a focus of the world he was sucked into by a spiralling show of psychedelic light, that did not seem to come from anywhere.

All info of someone definitive is extracted by either the light, sound, feeling or taste of the enlightenment of that which is one, so that there is nobody to be sucked through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one, where there is neither chaos or order, as that would require more than one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

All info of someone definitive is extracted by either the light, sound, feeling or taste of the enlightenment of that which is one, so that there is nobody to be sucked through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one, where there is neither chaos or order, as that requires more than one. Most though try to avoid loosing their identity by identifying the black hole as something definitive, so that they remain someone definitive as well and cannot be sucked into the formlessness of that which is one. If so they are not bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, but just having glimpses** of it. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The enlightenment of that which is one is to be compared to the fusion of all lights, or sounds, or emotions, or tastes – depending on our preference as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

None of these fusions are the formlessness of that which is one. They are merely tools for attracting you to the extent, that you do not fight it, when all the thoughts collected to fabricate your personality are extracted by it, so that there is not something definable to be sucked through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one.

This article is about the first time the belief in being someone definitive momentarily was undone for Alexius, so the enlightenment of that which is one was bid welcome. It is the most known aspect* of it, namely light, that was bid welcome. Later its other aspects* – sound, emotion and taste –was also bid welcome. Not as a mix though  but one by one. It is not possible to mix something in the enlightenment of that which is one, as that requires more than one.

I assume it is not necessary to bid welcome all the aspects* of the enlightenment of that which is one, but that one of them is sufficient in regards to completely forget the imagination of a world where there seems tl be more than one.

Suddenly a black spot with no fixed location, nor a fixed form, looking like a horse head or an embryo showed up. And then a completely colourless light – brighter than the coloured light outside the black spot – started to show as a ring outside the edges of the black spot, that must have been a hole, as colourless light exploded out of it.

This light took over everything, as it was everywhere and yet nowhere. And just like that extracted the concept of Alexius and a world where there seems to be more than one and left it at the edge of the black hole so the nothingness of him gracefully was falling through it into the formlessness of that which is one. If it was falling or floating he cannot recall because everything happened simultaneously, but there is a sense of forever falling while at the time floating in a space that was not there – and then in the exact same moment as forever falling there was nothing.

That is all folks. There is no more to tell. At this point, the enlightenment of that which is one is over, and there is nothing but the formlessness of that which is one, as it is called in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. It is not a big void of nothing filled with exotic ideas of unconditional love and whatnot. On the contrary. It is not filled with anything since that requires more than one

There is nothing to disturb you in that which is one, because there is no more than one. It is so simple compared to the peace fabricated in a world where there seems to be more than one, as that is always based on having to exclude something disturbing.

Thus it is neither peaceful or anything else. Metaphorically speaking the speed of it is so fast that it is not possible to differentiate anything. The conception of separation is not possible, so there is not something to see, nor anyone to see this. That is why stillness is not needed. Fortunately, because it is incredibly noisy – and then again all the noise is so loud, that it merges into one sound, all lights into one light, all emotions into one feeling and all tastes into one taste, that last no time.

This is not to be understood as the enlightenment of that which is a mix of light, sound, emotion and taste. These are four aspects* of it, but you only bid one of them welcome at a time. It does not matter which one of them. They all have the same purpose. Namely to attract you to such an extent, that you cannot help but let them extract all thoughts making it appear as if you are someone definitive and leave them at the edge of a black hole so that there is nothing definable to be sucked through it into the formlessness of that which is one.

It is, of course, a metaphor to say, oneness is on the other side of a black hole, as it is formless and therefore without end, inside or outside – also without size.

Dunno if there is a spiral around the black hole of the enlightenment of that which is one, because being that close nothing seems to differ from each other. Yet for a moment so short, that it is not conceivable, a light inside the edge of the black hole so much brighter that the very bright light around it, suddenly explodes into a formless light that does not include Alexius but the formlessness of that which I am. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

I seem to remember a spiral around a black hole in the enlightenment of that which is one. I do not remember it exactly as in this image – either because everything was moving so fast or I was so close that nothing seemed to differ from each other. Yet for a moment so short, that it is not conceivable, a light inside the edge of the black hole – so much brighter than the very bright light around it – suddenly like thousands of atomic bombs exploded into a formless light that erased anything definable, so what ´happened´ after being sucked by this light through a black hole I cannot tell, neither can I find any image on the web that can illustrate the vague memories of the nothingness of everything. Fortunately, you can go there yourself – or rather stop going anywhere. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The enlightenment of that which is one is unexplainable
When the belief in being Alexius momentarily was undone and the enlightenment of that which is one was bid welcome, he had never seen a black hole before (and fortunately he did not see it in the enlightenment of that which is one, as otherwise, he would have bounced back to a world defined by time and space), so describing the entrance to that which is one as a black hole is done in retrospect. And calling it an entrance is a metaphor because there is neither an entrance or an exit to that which is endless.

In fact, it was not before much later, when he saw pictures of black holes from far out in the universe, that he sensed how familiar they were – much more than appearing to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be explained in a world, as it takes more than one to explain something

Describing the enlightenment of that which is one in a world, where there seems to be more than one, is not possible, because even though so much is happening nothing is happening since it is one perpetual present.

To bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, you, of course, do not have to drive a taxi all night or be in ´a deep sleep´ like Buddha supposedly described it. Whatever way you lose focus or stop defining and labelling will do in regards to bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one. Meditation though may work against this because many use it to concentrate and focus in an attempt to achieve something specific – and anything definable fence of the enlightenment of that which is one.

The return from that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one
How come Alexius returned to a world where there seems to be more than one after the enlightenment of that which is one? According to legend Buddha returned out of compassion for others. If this is the case for Alexius, he is not aware of it. But why should he return out of compassion for others, when there is no more than that which is one.

You must come emptyhanded.

You must come empty-handed. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Jesus, who also seemed to return, said that going to heaven – assuming that by going there meant to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one – is more difficult than for a camel to go through an eye of a needle. And in ancient scriptures of India, it is often said, that you have to come empty-handed.

It seems, that a person momentarily can forget to uphold the believe in being someone definitive, so that there is not something definable to go through the eye of a needle into the enlightenment of that which is one – but it also seems, this eye of a needle is just big enough for a slight leftover of the belief in being someone definitive to pass through, and that this little piece will fear being completely annihilated by the formlessness of that which is one.

To defend itself against this, it hangs onto anything that it can define as something, and by doing so you are back as someone definitive in a world limited by time and space, where things happen at such a slow speed, that there is plenty of time to realise, there is nothing to fear, if you do not believe to be someone definitive, as then there is nothing to annihilate.

We cannot know how come Buddha and Jesus returned to a world where there seems to be more than one in order to appear as if they were somebody specific there, but from also having returned Alexius knows there is nobody to help in such a world and nothing to heal but the sick belief, that something appearing to be definable can block out the formlessness of oneness.

Maybe he wanted to be reestablished as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, so he could escape what he perceived to be a relentless power taking away his free will and totally wipe out what he believed to be, which is also true as seen from the point of believing to be someone definitive. But if you do not uphold this belief there is no free will to take away or anybody conceivable to wipe out – and therefore nothing to fear.

Seen from the perspective of that which is one, which is only possible metaphorically speaking as it takes more than one to see something, nothing is taken away or wiped out, because there is no more than that which is one.

Fearing something as if it is outside of yourself is only possible, because you believe to be and have more than that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Without the belief in being someone, there is no annihilation to fear
Fear of annihilation, as talked about in the above, is often related to an authority problem. In the case of Alexius, he perceived his father and later other authority figures as somebody determined to take away his free will and incorporate him like a satellite in their world.

If such a perception is correct or not is not the matter. Freedom is only a problem if you have chosen to believe, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Without this belief, there is no more than that which is one, and therefore nothing to take away anything.

It is not possible though to completely stop believing that you are someone definitive while appearing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one because otherwise, it would not appear to be there. It is also not possible to solve all unsolved issues with others, as being someone specific is based upon having those problems.

But it is possible to realise, that problems are simply something you pretend to have in order to appear as someone definitive, so when the enlightenment of that which is one exposes them, there is no reason to take the fear of being annihilated by an omnipresent power serious, because the problems are not yours but something you pretend to have.

Another straightforward way to undo the belief in being someone specific is to see everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one. When you as a person in the world is nothing but a symbol, it is not fearful when this symbol is erased by the enlightenment of that which is one, so only that which it symbolises is left. You can read more about this in hack #2.1 Seeing symbols of non-duality in a world of duality and hack #2.2 Everything experienced is a symbol of life.

To see that being someone definitive is nothing but make-believe, you must first acknowledge, that you think, you know what and where you are – and that you therefore are mistaken.

The fastest way to undo the belief in being someone at all is to realise that you do not know what and where you are. When there is not someone to be conscious about someone definitive, there is nothing to lose or let go off.

The above ways of undoing the belief in being someone definitive does not require enlightenment. It definitely helps, but the despair of appearing to be someone in a capsule of time and space is just as good a prerequisite.

How come it seems, that I am wearing a sun-hat?It could be that,it is the season for hats.

A season for everything
That there is a way to undo the belief in being someone definitive, may be an obstacle in itself, because ultimately speaking there is nothing to undo and nobody to return to the formlessness of oneness, as there is no more than that which is one. So maybe Alexius just appeared to return from the enlightenment of that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one because it was the season for such an imagination. And maybe one day it is the season imagination is over so that there is no imagination to hide the unimaginable, namely that which is one. Do not know, and it does not really matter, because there is no more than that which is one, regardless of seasons or whatever else imagined that requires more than one.

*) This article is about the most known aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one, namely light. Whatever aspect comes to you when the enlightenment of that which is one is bid welcome depends on your preferences as someone definitive – if you, for example, are very visual, light is what is coming to extract all definable traits of yours, so that there is not something to be sucked through a black hole into that which is one. You can read about the other aspects in the article Last night I died again from the world and in the articles in the below list.

NOTES:

  • This article about the enlightenment of that which is one and the fear of it shall in no way be taken as my thoughts about the truth, or some conclusions I have made based on experiences, readings or lectures. I do not thrust experiences and hardly ever read books or attend conferences, but most of all I cannot think! In other words, this article does not consist of thoughts of mine, but the thoughts passing that passed by a moment long time gone. That is all.

[√] You are not here because what you believe to be is a ghostly image of nothing

This image and this article may be fragments of a superhologram. If so they are basically not different from other fragments in the world.

What if this image and article are fragments of a superhologram? Wise people like to ask a question like that because it seems to imply they are part of something greater and not just a figment of nothingness. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

As that which is one is formless and therefore endless, it is not possible to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, nor is it possible to be anywhere else, as it takes more than one to be something, and there is no more than the formlessness of oneness. In other words, what and where you believe to be is not there. According to the brain, however, it receives frequencies from a sensory system, that confirm us to be somebody substantial in a tangible world where there seems to be more than one.

But since there is no more than that which is one, this experience produced by the brain of a tangible world with us as substantial beings is a deception – including the story of the big bang. Also the recent findings of science that seems to suggest that as our visual system is sensitive to sound frequencies, and our sense of smell in part is dependent on what is called cosmic frequencies, and the cells in our bodies are sensitive to a broad range of frequencies, we are a portion of a holographic domain of consciousness and thus part of something greater.

It is more to the point when aspects of Pribram’s holographic model of the brain is put together with Bohm’s theory. For if the concreteness of the world is but a secondary reality and what seems to be ´there´ actually is a holographic blur of frequencies, and if the brain also is a hologram and only selects some of the frequencies out of this blur and mathematically transforms them into sensory perceptions, what becomes of objective reality?

Put quite simply, everything experienced is an illusion. We are ´receivers´ that seem to float through a kaleidoscopic sea of frequencies, that literally speaking is non-existing. Yet a physical world in 3D appears to be rendered from this nothingness that we as receivers choose to experience as real, and doing so we affirm ourselves to be real as well.

Yet the experience of a physical world is only one out of many, it could also be an astral world that one seems to extract from the sea of nothingness and project ghostly images into it via its simulated superhologram, so nothing appears to be something.

To resume, the whole world – whether it seems physical or spiritual – is a fantasy made to fool you into believing, you are a physical being with a sensory system, that receives frequencies from a world outside of you and thus ratifies you to be someone substantial in a tangible world. Read more about that here.

That somebody is making this fantasy is also a fantasy. It is wishful thinking by those who want to be ratified as a conscious being. Just like nobody makes a dream, nobody makes the fantasy of a world where there seems to be more than one – and nobody is in it.

NOTES:

  • The above consists of old notes that Alexius has compiled to an article. Some sentences may partly be from articles written by others about holographic theories. He cannot remember what is what. No worries, it is all nothing appearing to be something, which explains there is nothing but that which is one!

SH One perpetual present is too chaotic to be perceived

That one perpetual present is total chaos is a metaphor. It cannot be perceived, because the perception of something requires more than one, and there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one, as formlessness is endless. The animation is grabbed from the web.

In the case that this article has been downloaded, it has been stored totally chaotic on your hard disk. The end of it may appear to be located before the beginning. And fragments of the images may be piled up with fragments of something added in the past.

Nothing on a hard disk is separated into concepts of beginning and end or past and future. Neither is anything ordered into categories of importance. There are no labels or anything else to separate what is one chaos of zeros and ones. Hence it remains unaffected of what and when you perceive something specific to be added.

In a world of duality everything is classified in contrasts of for example good and bad, so that  you can be good by making others bad.

Non-duality is comparable to the above description of a hard disk in a computer in the sense that it is one perpetual present.* And just like the content of a hard disk is not meaningful to those believing they are somebody definitive in a world of linear time without manipulating the content, neither is the chaos of one perpetual present.

Positive thinking is like anything else in a world of duality based on manipulation. In this case it is an attempt to manipulate ones perception by excluding negativity, so there seems to be a rose-coloured world exactly as it is believed it should be. See also the article Positive thinking is bullshit.

In an attempt to make chaos meaningful, non-duality is imagined to be separated into a world of duality, that just like the desktop of a computer is a virtual layer, where everything is divided into contrasts of past and future, beginning and end, big and small and so on, so that it seems a world organised by time and space hides the chaos of one perpetual present underneath it.*

Contrary to non-duality everything in duality is labelled, so it can be kept separated in contrasts of happiness and sadness, left and right and so on, because without contrasts a world of duality cannot be experienced.

Labels separate. The image of Jim C is grabbed from the web.

To be and have more than that which is one you separate everything into contrasts of being happy and sad, good and bad and so on so that you can be more good and less sad by blaming others for being bad. This is not to say that Jim Carrey, who is pictured here, is doing this, but that you are doing it – otherwise you would not be able to perceive him as different from you. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

In non-duality, there are no labels, so there is nothing to be or have, which is not a problem, as it is that which is one and it takes more than one to have a problem.

But it is a problem if you want to be and have more than that which is one because it is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than that – except if you imagine it to be divided into fragments of contrasts like you and them, good and evil. justice and injustice and so on, so that it becomes a world of duality where good defines evil, you define others, justice defines injustice and vice versa.

In other words, you only seem to exist because of others, there is nothing good without evil and no justice without injustice and vice versa.

The purpose of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-eachings is not to tell the truth but that there is no truth, as it cannot be defined without a contrast, and there is no more than that which is one.

That being said, the above is not an attempt, to tell the truth. It cannot be defined without being separated from its contrast, bullshit, and as non-duality is formless and therefore endless separation is an illusion.

There is no truth outside of non-duality, neither inside, as it is formless and therefore have no sides.

In other words, there is no truth, and it is not possible to imagine a world of duality, as that requires separation. Hence it follows that the explanations in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are just as illusionary as anything else in a world of duality. Nevertheless, if they seem to expose that, they have served their purpose.
