The way to hear or feel the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises as described in the previous article Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment and especially in Life has no secrets is deduced from Alexius´ experience of hearing and feeling it. Not that he originally heard or felt this echo of oneness with the help of Aum or Sohang. It was simply given to him in his youth via his devotion to serve.

But it was not before much later he realised, that hearing or feeling this echo of oneness is what those constantly chanting Aum or Sohang are looking for but never get, as they have expectations of something very special. Yet having recognised it himself, it was not a problem to deduce a fast way of hearing or feeling the unpronounceable vibration that Aum or Sohang symbolises.

The way to connect with the empty breath is deduced from Alexius´ approach of it. Again he did not originally connect with it in the way Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings advise you to do – see the links in the below box. The connection was just given to him. Maybe so that he could deduce a way for you to connect with it as well.

The ways to have inner experiences of light, music and nectar as described in the previous article Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment, Alexius heard about in his youth, but most likely the speaker just had second-hand knowledge about these glimpses of enlightenment, as he mainly referred to ancient scriptures, where they obviously have been mentioned in various ways.

As Alexius has not read ancient scriptures or so-called spiritual books his enlightened non-teachings are not based on an existing religion or philosophy, neither are they meant to be a new religion or philosophy but to undo the belief such concepts as well as anything else.

A guru, which means a teacher, is always deeply founded in the belief of being someone special in a world, where there seems to be more than one, because it requires more than one to teach somebody. In other words, a guru is no different from anybody else profiting on the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

Anyhow Alexius soon stepped totally aside, so there was nothing to block out the enlightenment of that which is one (see hack #5-7.1 From the inner senses through a black hole into that which is one), wherefore the ways to experience glimpses of it, as described in his enlightened non-teachings, are not based on second-hand knowledge. Hence they may not be similar to what you hear from those interpreting the sayings from old scriptures, as without the enlightened of that which is one you are bound to misinterpret the sayings about it.

As most seem to think enlightenment is something you achieve, where after you go around enlightened, it may be best to spell out, that the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be achieved by anybody, because to bid it welcome, you must step aside*. In other words, Alexius has not been enlightened but momentarily stepped aside, so that there was nothing but the enlightenment of that which is one. That is why he is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

Most gurus do not talk about the enlightenment of that which is one, but some otherworldly states they have experienced as someone definitive, and attribute with the activation of pineal gland, that they also call the third eye. But as you have to step aside to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, no pineal gland or eyes are involved at all.*

That being said, there may be such things in play, if not stepping completely aside, so that you have a glimpse of enlightenment, but that is like a seeing trailer to a movie. It is not the movie.

Unfortunately, this does not apply to most gurus or others talking about enlightenment. What they say about enlightenment is not geared towards bidding it welcome but to follow their speculative rules for a better life, so that they appear to be somebody who is and has more than you – for example more money, power or fame, which in the eyes of the world makes them more life. It is probably for this reason, they never really tell what their teachings are about, but instead speak in vague and mysterious ways about peace, coming from the heart and whatnot.

If you doubt what your guru says, you are told, you have not gotten it and should sign up for more lessons – meaning you should give more money.

The old-school gurus may speak vaguely about something called kundalini, which is supposed to make a fusion between body and spirit so that you become full of bliss and wisdom. Newer gurus have speculative teachings about living in the now, realising your self or a higher purpose. Both approaches appeal to those who want to have their feelings of inferiority replaced with feelings of spiritual grandeur so that they can be acknowledged as someone special, who is part of something higher.

Most belief systems are just a shared vocabulary for people feeling inferior, so they can hide it by sharing this vocabulary with like-minded ones.

But to merge with something, be full of light, live in the now, realise your self and whatnot requires more than one. It other words, it is an experience geared for a world where there seems to be more than one. It has nothing to do with the formlessness of that which is one, because it takes more than one to be conscious about something.

Any experience in a world where there seems to be more than one can turn into that which is one, provided you do not try to hold onto the experience by interpreting it as bliss or something else, because that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one, so it is not possible to have a specific experience unless you believe you are someone definitive.

The same of course applies to see, hearing, feeling or tasting glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, as described in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. That is why thee non-teachings distinguish between the enlightenment of that which is one and glimpses of it. The latter is an experience in a world where there seems to be more than one – you could say it is a state of being. But the enlightenment of that which is one is not an experience, nor any kind of being. because it takes more than one to experience or be something.

All ways lead to Rome, they say, but they forget to say that they also lead away from it, so do not count on the ways suggested by the gurus promising a hypothetical better life in the future, because only a world where there seems to be more than one has a future. And as reality is one perpetual present, it has neither an end or a future, so anything with a future is an illusion.

That which is you is not the appearance of something definitive. You are and have nothing in the the sense that you you are nothing definitive, but the formlessenes of that which is one, that is everything, as formlessness is endless. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

For those teaching about kundalini, freedom in the now, finding your true self and whatnot, it is not a problem that what they promise is just another illusion. On the contrary. Because that means their followers never get it and therefore will keep on paying money, give hugs or whatever the teacher asks for, so both of you feel, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

Yet this is not what the above duality hacks are about, neither all the others, that presented themselves during the writing of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings (see Duality HacksExtra Duality Hacks and More Duality Hacks), as they point to the formlessness of that which is one – or rather towards that which appears to hide, that there never was and never will be more than that which is one.

There is no life in the world. It is to be compared to a dream, which, no matter how beautiful it may appear, is an illusion.

Although the formlessness of that which is one it is the power making it possible to simulate a world where there seems to be more than one, it is not possible for it to be in the simulation – just like it is not possible for the street simulated in this image to be in the picture, or for a dreamer to be in the dream empowered by it.

When the formlessness of life is perceived as the sole cause of any experience – whether so-called spiritual or mundane – you never play somebody else´s game. Even if it may seem so, they are not the reason for what you appear to do and say. Neither is the person you seem to be.

There is only one reason for your apparent thoughts, feelings, conversations and actions, namely the formlessness of life. In other words, it is not someone definitive who thinks, feels, says or does something.

As life is formless and thus without beginning and end, everything definable is lifeless. Yet everything without life symbolises it, because there is no more than the formlessness of life.

This does not mean that it is the formlessness of life that thinks, feels, says or does something. But that it is the energy which makes it possible to experience as if someone is doing this, although there is no more than the formlessness of life since formlessness has no beginning or end.

Neither does it mean, that you have found the formlessness of life in a world defined by time and space, but that everything there is perceived to be a symbol of it. As both the experiencer and the experienced therefore are symbols of that which makes it possible to perceive a world where the formlessness of life seems to be divided into more than one, the apparent differences in such a world do not make a difference.

The echo of that which is one, which often is symbolised by the words Aum, Sohang or The Word of God and which comes from the edge of the universe can be heard or felt right now via the inner senses, because they are not limited by time and space.

Hearing or feeling the echo of life
Appearing in a world defined by time and space as a symbol of the formlessness of life, you do not pump up the volume of music to hear or feel it, but to be reminded that it is the formlessness of life that makes it possible to have the experience of hearing and feeling something.

The echo of oneness does not reveal what that which is one is, but what it is not, namely the nothingness in which you believe to be someone definitive in a tangible world.

This is not to say, that the formlessness of life can be heard and/or felt in a world defined by time and space. It is not possible to hear or feel formlessness. But it is possible to hear the echo of it coming from the edge of the universe. This unpronounceable vibration, which often is symbolised by Aum, Sohang or The Word of God, is heard or felt when you are more attentive to the world of the inner senses than that of the outer ones.

The Hebrew word Elohim was originally a symbol for one perpetual present.

The word god, which is a translation of the Hebrew word Elohim, was at first meant to be a metaphor for that which is one and never ends. Hence the word god was originally meant to symbolise one perpetual present. As this is not understandable, when you believe to be someone in a world of linear time, the meaning of the word gradually was changed, so that god became a symbol for one almighty force believed to have created the world defined by time and space in its own image.

But what is not definable cannot create something definable. Hence a world defined by time and space is an illusion and so is the perceived creator of such a world.

As none of the aspects of the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be experienced, the experience of hearing or feeling the unpronounceable vibration coming from the edge of the universe is not the enlightenment of that which is one but a glimpse of it. Neither is seeing or tasting the enlightenment of that which is one, since it is an experience and therefore just as illusionary as any other experience (see All experiences are equally unreal).

But as these illusionary glimpses of enlightenment is not of the world experienced by the outer senses but by the inner senses, experiencing them from there while still being aware of the world of the outer senses, they have the capacity to undo the deception of the outer senses – not abruptly like the enlightenment of that which is one, but little by little. In the world of the outer senses you must always plan for the future in order to uphold the illusion of linear time.

The more the outer senses, that perceive a world defined by time and space, is turned inwards, the more a world not limited by time and space is experienced by the inner senses. This is why it takes no time to go to the edge of the universe (you can read more about the illusion of time by clicking here) – where the echo of the primordial vibration, that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises, is used to create a fantasy of a world constructed by time and space in such a way that it seems to be real until you hear or feel this echo.

»With every exhalation the soul recites ‘Hang’ and with every inhalation it recites ‘So’. Thus every soul counts the mantra of Sohang (So plus Hang) twenty-one thousand and six-hundred times every day and night.« Gherand Samhita, stanza 84.

In Eastern religions the echo of god or rather one perpetual present is symbolised by the word ´Aum´ or ´Sohang´ and in the New Testament by ´The Word of God´: »In the origin The Word had been existing and That Word had been existing with God and That Word was himself God.« John 1:1, Aramaic Bible in Plain English.

One who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one perceives ´The Word´ in the above quote as a metaphor for the unpronounceable vibration you hear or feel when not being totally focused on experiencing the world of the outer senses. The unenlightened, however, speculates about what exact words this is hinting at, even though there is not a single verse in the Bible referring to ´The Word of God´, as if it is written or can be spoken.

The vibration that AUM or Sohang symbolizes comes from the edge of the universe, which is only far away if you let yourself be deceived by a world defined by linear time as experienced through the outer senses.

Glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one is an echo of the formlessness of oneness coming out of a black hole at the edge of the universe. This includes the vibration that is often symbolised by the words Aum, Sohang or The Word of God and which is as close to you, as anything else you experience to be close in the world of the outer senses, if you are not deceived by them into believing that you are constricted by the definitions of time and space. The world of the inner senses is not ruled by these definitions, so there you can go directly to the edge of the universe and hear or feel the formlessness of that which is one coming out of a black hole. It is also there that you see or taste it.

One way to turn the outer senses inwards in order to hear or feel the echo of oneness is to not be exclusive but inclusive. When you include all that you hear or feel completely unedited – or rather are willing to do so – the sum of everything in the world of the outer senses is heard as a humming coming from the edge of the universe. It sounds or feels like nothing and everything at the same time.

In such a perfect moment you appear to be both in the world of the outer and inner senses at the same time but without any sense of separation between them. A perfect moment though is not a moment where you are filled up with new energy or anything else since you are indifferent to the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one. Being that, however, is very blissful.

Be aware that the ways described in this article to have glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one will not work, if you look forward to be or have more in a spiritual, mental, emotional or materialistic way. This does not mean, you must avoid being or having more but not care about how much.

The third eye
Appearing in the world as a symbol of life you do not close your eyes to go to sleep, but to see glimpses of the formlessness of life, which is done via the inner sense called the third eye, that is a single ´eye´ in the middle of the two eyes above the two eyebrows.

»The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.« Matt 6:22, King James Bible. This makes much sense to one who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one but obviously not to the unenlightened, because in the new international version of the New Testament this sentence has been changed to: »The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are healthy, your whole body will be full of light.«

How this makes sense to the unenlightened, Alexius does not know. Yet he knows it makes no sense to one who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

When you for whatever reason – maybe due to being very desperate, drunk or tired – have no energy to focus, the enlightenment of that which is one is bid welcome. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The enlightenment of that which is one is bid welcome by completely closing down the outer senses. First time this happened for Alexius was when he in his early 20s returned home totally exhausted after a long nights work of taxi driving and simply was too tired to focus.

In other words, to be offbeat, exhausted, confused or maybe even drunk is a way to close the outer senses, so that there is no world to see and therefore nothing to hide the enlightenment of that which is one. Actually, anything that is not part of a scheme to fabricate images defined by time and space will do.

If that includes drugs Alexius does not know, because he has not experienced them. Yet he can say that from looking at others taking drugs, that it seems to be more about expanding the consciousness of a world where there seems to be more than one than undoing it.

»Direct your eyes toward the middle of the eyebrows and meditate upon your own self. It is Shambhavi Mudra, the most secret practice of all the Tantra scriptures.« Gherand Samhita, stanza 59.

The positioning of the body, while activating the third eye, does not matter, as long as the body does not bother you.

Practically speaking you can close the visual outer sense and open the inner eye by closing the eyes and lightly, without any concentration, hold a finger on the third eye. It is best to do this in a dark room, so you do not think the revelation of light comes from the world of the outer senses.

If something like this is dechiffered into different colors and forms, you will have glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, but if you do not judge any colors or forms to be different from each other the apparent differences will explode into one bright light.

If having an inner vision like this and it is deciphered into an experience of different colours and shapes around a centre, it is a glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one. If you on the other hand do not judge the apparent different colours and forms to make a difference or to come from somewhere specific, one bright and colourless light, that seems to explode from out of nowhere wipes out all thoughts collected to form you into someone definitive, so that there is nothing to hide that there never was and never will be anything else than the formlessness of oneness, because formlessness has no end.

As the sense of sight is always looks for the greatest contrast of light, your closed eyes automatically search around in the darkness until they move inwards and upwards towards the third eye from where they settle down at a light show expose at such a speed that the apparent contrast between the splashes of colours hardly can be perceived.

If no contrasts are perceived at all the colours turn into a white light, that is so bright that it is not contrasted by something or illuminating anything. That is the enlightenment of that which is one.

»Touching eyeballs as a feather, lightness between them opens into the heart and there permeates the cosmos.« Sochanda Tantra, stanza 13.

If your eyes do not automatically move inwards and upwards into the area of the inner senses, that is above the eyebrows, you may help them by gently pressing the thumb and middle finger across each eyeball from outer corner to inner, while having the forefinger on the third eye.

But this is not really commendable, since even the slightest effort requires focus, and it is not focus but defocus that bids welcome the enlightenment of that which is one or glimpses of it. Furthermore this may give you the impression that certain physical postures will open the third eye.

None of the inner senses can be reached via a specific posture or way of thinking. Deactivating the outer senses, however, can be achieved in this way, so if you find a specific technique that seems to be helpful in this regard by all means go for it. Yet the fastest way to deactivate the outer senses is to not know what and where you are.

»… and there shall be no light there, and they need no candle there, neither the light of the sun, for the Lord God giveth them light.« Rev. 22:5

The thought construction that seems to keep you together as someone tangible is left at the edge of a black hole.

The thought construction that seems to keep you together as someone tangible must be left at the edge of a black hole, so that there is nothing to gracefully fall into the formlessness of oneness.

When you momentarily do not know what and where you are, there is nobody to prevent glimpses of enlightenment to merge into one bright white light, namely the enlightenment of that which is one, which extracts all thoughts, that you have hold onto in order to appear as someone definitive, and leave them at the edge of what may look like a black hole, so that there is nobody to experience the nothingness of you gracefully falling into the formlessness of that which is one.

Enlightenment is not an out-of-the-body experience as it is not an experience, but its preliminary stage of bliss and compassion, which is connected to the world via the pineal gland, is an experience that is often perceived to be out-of-the-body.

Enlightenment of that which is one is not an out-of-body experience. It is not an experience at al. But its preliminary stages of bliss and compassion, which in the world may to be connected with the pineal gland, is something that can be experienced as an out-of-body experience.

Most, however, are afraid of loosing their identity, so they settle for glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, which is like a blissful out-of-body experience – presumably linked to the pineal gland, that appears to foster states like that.

If you are not tempted to stop at this state of bliss, but to go where someone definitive cannot go, namely into the enlightenment of that which i one, it is not an out-of-body experience. On the contrary, there is no experience at all, neither consciousness, because to experience or be consciousness about something requires more than one.

If you want to return from the enlightenment of that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one, you must pick up the thought construction, that was left at the edge of a black hole before you entered it, in order to be shaped as someone definitive.

Returning from the enlightenment of that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one, you cannot know, you have been at the other side of a black hole, because you were not there and there is not another side, since there is no more than that which is one. In other words, the person you appear to be is not enlightened. Yet, due to your vague memories of that which is one, you are to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

It is not possible though for somebody else to know, that you are to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one. You will hardly grasp it yourself. But you will for sure grasp, that a world where there seems to be more than one is not real, and that anything appearing there – including the appearance of you as someone definitive – therefore is an illusion.

Appearing in a world where there seems to be more than one as a symbol of that which is one, you do not perceive music to be a means to joy, but as a means to be reminded of the airy music full of ethereal harmonies floating out of a black hole at the edge of the universe.

»I heard a sound from heaven like the sound of cascading waters and like the rumbling of loud thunder. The sound I heard was also like harpists playing on their harps.« Revelation 14:2, Holman Christian Standard Bible.

Being used to take a ride in the inner world of the senses, that opens up when the outer senses are not fully used to experience a world defined by time and space, you sense that the first sentence of this quote refers to ´Aum´, ´Sohang´ or ´The Word of God´, and that the second one to ethereal music.

»At midnight when not a single sound is heard, close your ears with both hands and do Purak Pranayama. Listen to the sounds in your right ear which are very pleasant. The first sound that you will hear is of a pine bird, the second of a flute, third of a cloud, fourth of a dragon bee, the fifth of a ringing bell and then of a gong of metal. Sounds of trumpet, drum etc. are also heard.

As Alexius has no intellectual knowledge of religious scripts most of the words in the quote from Gherand Samhita are meaningless. But since he hears inner music himself, it is easy to pick up the essence of the quote, namely the bliss of listening to inner music.

Besides these, many other sounds are heard if it is practiced daily. These sounds are Anahata (unproduced) and come on their own accord. Nada is related to light. Light is related to mind, so mind gets itself merged in a sound which is the seat of the Lord. Therefore, practice of Bhramari gives Siddhi of Samadhi (i.e., makes Samadhi possible).

Mind gets eightfold more pleasure in the act of meditation than Japa (repeating God’s name), eightfold more interest in Tapas (penance) than the meditation, and eightfold more interest in music or sound than the Tapas. There is nothing greater than music.« Gherand Samhita, stanzas 77-81. Besides for the word ´Nada´ meaning music Alexius does not know the meaning of all the Hindi words in this quote, but hearing inner music himself – though not so bombastic as described in this quote – he gets the overall meaning of it.

Using noise cancelling headphones is a great way to close the outer sense of hearing. Alexius personally prefer in-ear headphones though, as they can also be used when going to bed.

A practical way of closing the outer sense of hearing and open the inner one is to put both thumbs in your ears or simply use a noise cancelling headphone or an in-ear headphone, and then without focusing or trying to define anything, be nothing but the ethereal harmonies coming to you from what may seem to be far away.

For tuning in it is best not go with the vibrations appearing to come from the left ear, as they often are the sounds of a busy mind, but instead follow the harmonies that appear to come from an empty space a bit outside of your right ear. That being said, do not pay too much attention to directions.

Maybe you will not hear ethereal harmonies but the humming symbolised by ´Aum´, ´Sohang´ or ´The Word of God´. If so, follow this glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one.

It could also be that the only thing you ´hear´ is your thoughts. Yet you have no thoughts of your own. That is something the special self wants you to believe so that although they are solely made by the brain, you believe you have created them. Just like you tend to believe a dream is made by you although you do not have any control over it, except for how to perceive it.

As the special self lives from separation, it cannot survive inclusion, so if there is no attempt to edit the thoughts fabricated by the brain by excluding those that do not fit into the perception of being special and instead include them all as they are, there is nothing to make the self special. It is therefore in the basic mode, where it automatically is in sync with the thoughts of the brain.

Consequently, they do not disturb you from hearing empty space as eternal harmonies – or, if in touch with one of the other inner senses, experiencing it as light, eternal sweetness or sublime intimacy. That being said, just like even though nothing disturbs you from hearing the sound of the ocean, to notice it you must want to hear it.

Tasting the sweetness of life helps you to not focus on the world of the outer senses so that glimpses of enlightenment from the world of the inner ones become the foundation for perceiving the world of the outer senses. Since this results in not perceiving the apparent differences to make a difference, there is no differentiation between you and the world where you experience to be. Appearing in the world as a symbol of oneness you are not tasting the most exquisite food to get delicate experiences from that, but to be reminded about the taste of life, which in the world can be compared to the taste from foam of a milkshake with a few drops of honey added to it or to how marshmallows – especially those with a flavour of strawberries – interact with the palate.

To compare a taste to something else is a very individual thing, so you may not compare the inner taste to that of liquorice.

To describe a taste by comparing it to another taste is a very individual thing. In other words, you may not compare the taste of life to a taste of milk and honey with a hint of liquorice.

Even though this taste is called the nectar of life in the old scriptures you should not expect it to make you more young or inject you with more energy in the world of the outer senses. Anyway, you are better off never to expect more of anything, as that which is you is no different from that which is one, and since it is formlessness and therefore endless there is no more than that which is one. Hence looking for more is an illusion based on the belief that is more than that which is one.

One way of undoing this belief is to not focus, because without it a world where there seems to be more than one cannot be perceived, and so it does not seem to hide, there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one. Fortunately, the taste of life is very beneficial in regards to defocusing.

Some Chinese Herb Formulations or teas – for example Spring Dragon Longevity Tea – enhance the taste of life, provided you are already are in touch with it. The same applies to the Ayurvedic teas, that Alexius have tasted or most teas including liquorice.

As already mentioned, the taste of life can be compared to enjoying the transparent taste from the foam of a sweet milkshake. Sometimes, however, it is with a hint of either liquorice, strawberry or mint, so you none of the descriptions of it are definitive. In any case, it is best not to compare the taste of life or other glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one to anything else, as all comparisons are based on definitions from the past and therefore cancels out the ever-present glimpses of enlightenment.

The inner sense of taste not only stops the compulsive focusing on forms but also your cravings for sweets and to experience  something definable. The taste of life is always there and it is free. Neither do you have to meditate or be pure to consume it. All you have to do is to put your tongue behind the uvula. And if you cannot do that, it is also OK, because doing so is just meant to help you deactivating the outer senses and the only thing that really accomplish that, is the intention to do it. Just like even you are at a springboard, you will not dive from it, if that is not your intention of going there.

The inner sense of taste does not only stop the compulsive focusing on something definitive but also your cravings for more, for example more sweets. The taste of life is always there. It is free, and you do not have to meditate or be pure to consume it. All you have to do is to put your tongue behind the uvula and devote yourself to the taste dripping from above. If you cannot get your tongue all the way, it is not a problem, because doing so is just meant to help you deactivating the outer senses and the only thing that really accomplish this, is the intention of doing it.

The taste of life unfolds under the tongue, when it is moved behind the uvula (the skin flap hanging down in the back of the mouth at the entrance to the throat). Placing it there makes you feel like you are not in the world even though you appear to be there, because it cutbacks the need to focus and also the longing for more. As a side effect it diminishes the craving for sweets as well. That is if you devote yourself to it – no techniques will work without devotion. Yet devotion can work without a technique.

To get the tongue behind the uvula you may have to press it backwards for a long time, maybe several months, and finally use a finger to push it the rest of the way, which may make you feel as if you are about to vomit. No worries – it is just a feeling. When you are used to keeping your tongue there, it is easy, and there is no sense of vomiting.

»Khechari Mudra is turning the tongue backwards into the cavity of the cranium and turning the eyes inwards toward the eyebrow center.« Haha-Yoga Pradipika, Chapter 3, stanzas 32-37.

You do not have to literally replicate the technique in above quote, where the taste of life is called Khechari Mudra. Neither do you actually need to be able to make the tongue go all the way behind the uvula. Pushing it as far as possible will do.

The way to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one or glimpses of its facets is not about perfection. Neither is it about how you breath, eat or anything else you appear to do in the world of the outer senses. Yet things like that may be helpful in order to deactivate the outer senses.

But no technique in the world of the outer senses can deactivate them, if that is not the intention of executing the technique. In other words, first step is solely about intention, and if that is to deactivate the outer senses, there is nothing to hinder your trip into the world of the inner senses. Second step is to devote yourself to the amazing journey there.

The above about steps only applies to having glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one and not to bidding it welcome in its entirety, as it takes more than one to take any step.

It is probably best to not be active in the world of the outer senses while having visions of light, as the visual glimpses of enlightenment can become so intense, that the world of the outer senses hardly is sensed.

When the belief in being in a world where there seems to be more than one is undone, there is nothing to hide that there never was and never will be more than that which is one.

The technique for tasting the sweetness of life, however, can be carried out while being active in the world of the outer senses. The same applies to enjoy the ethereal harmonies if you hear them without putting your thumbs in the ears, and also hearing or feeling the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises.

This may result in the experience of a world that seems less defined. Not to the extent though, that you are not able to navigate there. But it probably feels like you do not have to, and that you are carried around in a dream with no will of its own.

That is, as long as you do not take the full tour of these glimpses because it ends in the formlessness of oneness, where you no longer appear to be someone in a dream of a world where there seems to be more than one, neither do you appear to be in oneness, since that requires more than one.

In other words, you are not someone at all and there is no memory or consciousness of you ever having been that, because it was all make-believe and the belief is wiped out.

The part of the world of the outer senses you want to experience is not meant to be blurry but in focus, so what you see is definable. It is the other way around with the world of the inner senses,. Focus versus defocus
The world of the outer senses needs you constantly concentrate and focus on it as if you are an autonomous creature in control of your own life. In the world of the inner senses, it is the other way around. It reveals itself when there is no effort to focus, concentrate and control.

But since it is also an act of control to continually trying not to focus in order to see, hear, feel or taste the glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, so besides from getting a headache spreading out from the third eye from too much focus, the inner senses are fenced off.

As long as you intend to appear in a world where there seems to be more than one, it is best to multitask between the inner and outer senses, so you can focus when needed in the world of the outer senses and space out in the world of the inner ones, when nothing is required of you.

How to make this work between the inner an outer sense Alexius does not know, because through his connection with the empty breath, that functions as an automatic gear shifting between the inner and outer senses, it is automatically taking care of. See the last part of the article about the empty breath.

The belief that there are more than one blocks out that which is one
In a world, where there seems to be more than one, the mixing of things may turn out to work well for you. But not in the world of oneness. As it requires more than one, it is not possible to mix anything, so the idea of mixing the different facets of the enlightenment of that which is one fence it off.

That being said, if you do not do the taste of life technique for the sake of the taste but for its benefits in regards to defocusing, you can do this while being devoted to either seeing, hearing or feeling glimpses of enlightenment.

Seeing everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one, will make the outer senses turn inwards, so it is easier to grasp, there is no more than that which is one.

Ways to undo the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one
Can the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, only be undone via the inner senses? No, it can also be undone through the world of the outer ones as described in the duality hacks called Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation, Seeing symbols of non-duality in a world of duality rule out separation, Not being exclusive but inclusive is freedom from being someone definitive, A state of not-knowing is nothing but bliss or Alone together. See hack #1-4 + 8. There might be other hacks than those to have this belief undone. But since Alexius has not tried them, he cannot say if they work. Yet, hacks based on second-hand knowledge from Buddhism and whatnot are most likely fake – especially if those promoting them have beautiful visions about a hypothetical better future that is full of love, bliss and happiness because it is just another dream of duality.

The connection with the empty breath does not unite the outer and the inner senses but it makes them synchronised, which among other things means that what you used to judge as stressful in the low-frequency world of the outer senses will not seem stressing, when synched with the high-frequency world of the inner senses, because of the indifference coming from the empty breath.

 ´lifts´ you out of the belief in being someone definitive by automatically synchronise the outer and inner senses, so that glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one become the basis for interpreting the world of the outer senses.

It is like being transported in a driverless car, that is programmed to take you to the aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one that attracts the most, so you carelessly forget to define the glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one and they as one bright light, tone, emotion or taste carry the nothingness of you back into the formlessness of oneness.

NOTES ABOUT THE QUOTES
The terminology of yoga and so-called holy scriptures – apart from The New Testament – is unknown to Alexius, so he does not know the scriptures from where the quotes in this article are taken. He found them all by searching the internet.

When everything is included there does not appear to be something outside of you, neither inside of you, as that requires there something to be outside of you. In other words, there is nothing but the formlessness of oneness.

Alexius does not sympathise with Eastern or Western religions, nor new age philosophy, as these ideologies, in general, appear to be about excluding what is judged to be bad in order to become what is judged to be better, purer or higher. Yoga techniques, for example, are often based on meditation or something else where what is not one is excluded. Theoretically speaking this should leave out everything but the formlessness of oneness. But as formlessness cannot exclude anything, this is not what you get from being exclusive.

PART 1:
The outer senses is not a contrast to the inner senses in the way black is to white, for example. It is not that the outer senses are on the outside and the inner senses on the inside. Their names rather mean that the outer senses are geared to experience a world, that is perceived to be outside of you, whereas the inner senses help you to experience a world that does not seems to be separated from you.

The inner senses is used to see a world, that does not appear to be outside of you. But it does not mean it is inside of you. There is neither anything inside or outside, as that requires more than one and there is no more than that which is one.

But scientifically speaking the world consists of empty space, so whatever tangible appearances you seem to experience is make-believe, regardless of where they appear to be. It is also make-believe, that there is someone who experience is experiencing this. See Where to find the bliss of ´the empty breath´.

To undo the belief in being someone in a tangible world, it may be beneficial to not only use the outer senses but also the inner ones, as what is experienced with them does not seem tangible so you may start questioning the existence of a tangible world and you like someone there.

Often those having visions via the inner senses conclude, that the world experienced with the outer ones is an illusion, and they are right – but they are not right when they go on concluding the world experienced with the inner senses is real.

It requires more than one to experience something, and as there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one because what is formless is endless, no experience is real. Nevertheless turning down the volume of the outer senses, that in the context of the physical world operate below the eyebrows, and turning up the volume of on the inner ones, which means to partially shift awareness to above the outer senses, makes it easier to undo the belief in a world, where there seems to be more than one.

There is nothing real to find in the world of the outer senses – neither in the world of the inner ones, but there it may be easier to uncover the illusion of the senses, so that there is nothing to hide that which cannot be sensed, namely the formlessness of that which is one.

The more you do not try to define anything, which is easier in the world of the inner senses, as there are not so many established concepts about what it is, the less there is someone definitive experiencing anything. And when there is no belief in being someone definitive, the enlightenment of that which is one is bid welcome.

For some, it seems easier having the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one undone in the abstract world of the inner senses. But the belief in separation can also be undone while experiencing the world of the outer senses,

PART 2:
Just like the outer senses can be used with the sole purpose of entertaining yourself and impressing others with how much you appear to be and have, the inner ones can be used for the same purpose. Actually, that is the most common purpose for those who like to label themselves as spiritual. They believe that having visions of an inner world makes them more spiritual and therefore different from others.

But as long as the apparent differences in a world, where there seems to be more than one, is perceived to make a difference, you are part of the very same belief in separation as those whom you think you differ from. That is, however, quickly solved in the world of the outer senses, because as we all share the same belief system of separation, we all in are the same boat. In other words, the apparent difference between us makes no difference, and so there is no foundation for the belief in separation.

As you can see, you do not need to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one to practically see that to believe in separation makes no sense. But without having bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, it is may be difficult to take it to the next step, which is that without separation there is no foundation for the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one.

However, as such a world is a matter of belief – quantum physics states it only appears to be there when observed –you may as well believe someone, who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, telling you that it is a hallucination – especially as this includes your appearance as someone definitive, because that means all problems are solved, as all your problems arise from the belief that you are someone at all.

If you as someone definitive is an auditory minded person, the entrance to that which is you, namely the formlessness of oneness, is eternal harmonies. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 3:
Let us imagine, that though you have never heard anything else than compressed music like for example MP3, you feel that something is missing. Yet you cannot know what it is, because you have never heard uncompressed music as it sounds on vinyl.

But also on vinyl, there seems to be something missing in comparison with live music – and that is nothing compared to the ethereal music you can hear in the world of the inner senses when the outer ones are partly turned off. The inner senses, however, you do not know, if you have always depended on the outer ones.

To depend only on the outer senses can be compared to playing a game like Monopoly but without the cards, so you do not know where to go. Neither do you know where to go in the world, when the inner senses are not used. Without them you cannot hear where you are – or rather, without them you cannot hear that which is you is not in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Failure may be the greatest success

In a long forgotten land, there lived an old man in a house far away from everything.

In a land long time forgotten, there was a wise old man, who was said to know the way to the enlightenment of that which is one. A young man, who dreamed of this, travelled for months through the country until he finally succeeded in finding the old man in an obscure place far from everything. He asked, the old if he could show him the way to the enlightenment of that which is one, and the old man answered: »No problem if you are willing to work for it«.

»Of course«, said the young man, who was very eager to get started, but a little surprised when the old man asks him to dig a ditch around his house. He assumed the old man was poor so that if he would do it for free, all secrets would be revealed for him.

He, therefore, did his best to impress the old man, but it was not easy. The old man kept saying, the work was not good enough, it could be much better, the ditch should be much deeper and so on. When the old man at long last seemed to be satisfied, the young one thought, now he would be rewarded for all his hard work.

Expecting something for something
For about a week the young man patiently waited for the old man to show his appreciation. Though old man said nothing he treated the old man with much respect, thinking that the better he could make the old man feel, the more he would reveal. For weeks the old man did not approach the young man at all, until one day he quietly asked him to fill up the ditch again.

The young man freaked out and started to wonder, if the old man really was a wise man, but he decided to see what would happen, if he did what he was told – and so he filled up the ditch in such a way, that you could hardly see, there ever had been one.

The award appeared shitty
The young man was very proud of his work, and when the old man asked him to meet in his house exactly one hour later, he thought, now all secrets will be revealed to me. So he opened the door to the house with a big smile on his face. It did very last very long though because the old man threw a bucket of cow shit down on the young man from his hiding place above the door. The young man got angrier than ever before in his life – especially as he through the shit saw, how amazed the old man was.

Furiously he left the old man, thinking he had wasted months of his precious life with this sadistic man, who knew nothing about the enlightenment of that which is one. After some time, however, he felt like coming back, and so one more time he asked the old man to teach him the secret way to the enlightenment of that which is one.

Again the old man said yes and gave him one meaningless assignment after the other. A year or more went on like this, and when the old man one day again threw a bucket of cow shit on the young man, he quietly looked at the old man with a happy smile beneath the shit.

The young man did not feel young anymore, neither old. And he was no more looking for secrets to be revealed in the future. He was not looking for anything at all, neither did he assume, that he in any way had done or was anything special. All his ideas were gone. He was empty, and in the emptiness, he saw nothing, so there was not something to hide the enlightenment of that which is one.

Failure may be the greatest success
In the above, Alexius may have mixed two old Satsang* stories, that he heard as a young man. At that time he considered them to be typical guru stories out of touch with modern life because he was still into using life instead of being used by it.

In the eyes of the world, he has had a very successful life. In the past years, however, everything seems to fall apart. There is nothing inside of him, no ´I´ with a need to have or do anything that seems useful, neither no power to do something about it. Actually, no power of his at all. This apparent failure, though, could be his biggest success.**

Alexius has no more to live up to. All expectations are gone. He is nothing and that is why the formlessness of oneness can use him as a medium for the which is one. This is, of course, just a metaphor because oneness is a power with no powers as that requires more than one, so it has no power to use anyone.


*) Satsang is a Hindi word that roughly translated means to be in the company of truth, which in the context of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings is nonsense, as to be something requires more than one and truth is that which is one. In other words, it is just another fabricated state of mind in a world where there seems to be more than one, that is used to hide there is no more than one.

**) This reflects the personality of Alexius, but it does not necessarily apply to your personality. Having nothing inside is just as illusionary as anything else in a world where there seems to be more than one, so if the illusion of having everything inside and lots of success in the world seems to your ´way´ by all means go for it.

What it boils down to is that all illusions are symbols of that which is real, since without reality there could be no illusion. Perceived in this way, it does not matter what illusion you indulge yourself in. They all symbolise that which makes it possible to experience something that is not real. Everything takes more than one, when you believe there is more than one

PART 1:
It takes two to become enlightened. »When your eyes become single your whole body shall be full of light«, Jesus said. And it takes two to appear as someone in a world, where there seems to be more than one.

It takes two to make a difference. Both the positive pole and the negative one is needed to produce electricity.

It takes two to see, that differences do not make a difference.

Everything in a world, where there seems to be more than one. requires the involvement of at least two appearances. You cannot appear to be someone without being defined by someone appearing to be different, and there cannot be a world without someone to define it.

In reality, there is no more than that which is one, but as the world where you appear to be is based on the idea that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, to come back to reality you have to start off as if you are more than one.

The person you appear to be in the world cannot be in the virtual world of a game like Super Mario, so to participate in it you pretend to be there. That, however, does not make the virtual world – or your appearance there – real. On the contrary, what and where you pretend to be you are not.

In the same manner, nothing can make the oneness of that which is you real in a world where there seems to be more than one. That which is you is not ´there´. It is something you pretend and no matter how good you are at it and whatever you pretend to be it is not real – this includes pretending to be spiritual, Buddha and whatnot.

No words like higher, realised and spiritual, that seem to value you as someone more evolved and better than others, will make you into anything else than what you already is in the world where there seems to be more than one, namely an illusion.

If you pretend to be a black car in the world of Monopoly, what you pretend to be is an illusion regardless you go to prison, own many houses or not. There may be many changes in a game, but it does not change, that you are not there. You only appear to be there. Neither does anything change if you pretend to be the white car instead.

Reality is the formlessness of oneness, so enlightenment of that which is one not of a world where there seems to be more than one
To bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, when appearing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, you must overlook the differences of its appearances. Not by perceiving them as one. On the contrary. Separation – and not oneness – is the nature of the world.

So if you see them one by one without focusing on anyone, in particular, their apparent differences make no difference, and as they become the same so do your two eyes and as one eye they fill your whole body with light.

This is a poetic description of the enlightenment of that which is one. Practically speaking it may be more correct to say, that when differences make no difference you do not need the function of two eyes, which is to make the world dimensional. One eye – often referred to as the third eye and energetically speaking located on top of the eyebrows in between the two eyes – is enough for the enlightenment of that which is one, because oneness has no dimensions.

In other words, the enlightenment of that which is one is not possible with two eyes. They must be closed so that the dimensional world experienced with the external senses is not seen. Well, it is not so much the eyes that must be closed, but your attention towards the world they seem to see.

In the enlightenment of that which is one, there is literally nothing to see. If there is, you have not been blinded the brightness of the enlightenment of that which is one, but fenced it off so all what you get is glimpses of it, which often is confused with the enlightenment of that which is one.

Many so-called spiritual teachers claim, that there is a real you to be revealed, when you get rid of the ego. But as it requires more than one to get rid of something, and as there is no more than that which is one, getting rid of anything is an illusion.

Most of those, who talk about enlightenment do not know what it is. This includes those considered to be saints, gurus and spiritual teachers, who are just as eager as everybody else in the world of the outer senses to be acknowledged as someone definitive, so even though the only cause of suffering is the belief in being someone definitive, their teachings are not about undoing this belief, but getting rid of the ego, the past, the future and whatnot.

The world of the outer senses consist of one percent energy and 99 per cent empty space. In other words, there is nobody there.

It is very beautiful with the light of the sun coming through the clouds, but it has nothing to do with enlightenment. It is just another sight in the world, that is just as virtual as the so-called egoless states the gurus and their followers are dreaming about.

They tell you, that your suffering will stop when you are transformed into someone better and higher by following their teachings. But as that requires more than one, the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one is enhanced and so is the idea of you as someone definitive.

More importantly, for the gurus is it that you need them and their ´wisdom´ and so you make them appear to be somebody who makes a difference. In other words, their help is all about confirming separation as real instead of undoing the belief in a world, where there seems to be more than one.

Gurus are no different from you, though they like to think they have a higher consciousness than others. But to have something requires more than one – and there is no more than that which is one.

The idea that enlightenment results in you being wiser, at one with everything, without thoughts or detached from them is solely speculative – an idle hope that the fabrication of such a super person based on the illusion of being someone specific will prove that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

The enlightenment of that which is one does not result in anything. Least of all being at one with everything because in reality there is no more than that which is one and therefore nothing to be at one with. Besides results are of a world experienced by the senses and the enlightenment of that which is one is not. It cannot be sensed, as reality is that which is one and it takes more than one to sense something.

The visual aspect of enlightenment of that which is one can be compared to closing all apps on a computer including the one simulating the desktop. Without the appearance of a desktop, there is nothing to hide the light, that is used to simulate a world on the screen.

The aspect of enlightenment of that which is one, that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises, can be compared to the humming from the fan or the engine in a computer. You can hear this vibration all the time – especially if you do not look at the screen or listen to the sounds of the world simulated by the computer.

Though the light behind the desktop and the distant humming are the means for fabricating a simulated reality on the computer screen, they are not part of this simulated world, so if you want to see or hear what is powering the world that appears on the screen, you must do what is needed to stop that world.

This is a metaphor to say that you have to undo the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one in order not to hide the enlightenment of that which is one, that is already there.

PART 3:
The apparent power of the ego comes from the mutual agreement, that it is possible to be and have more than the formlessness of that which is one. But as any belief requires more than one and therefore enhances the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, believing to be on a spiritual path is to follow what one is supposed to escape, namely the ego.

Alexius is the non-teacher of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, but he is also its non student – and vice versa. No others are needed in order to undo of the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

Yet being and having more than that which is one is not possible, since oneness is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than that which is one. It seems, however, possible to believe that it is possible to be and have more than the formlessness of oneness and that you are someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. In order to hold this belief together, everybody must agree to it, because it only takes one to undo the belief that there is more than that which is one.

When believing to be someone definitive, you all the time need the experience of others. Whether they appear to be in an online, physical or astral world does not actually matter, because the experience of them is manufactured by the brain, that is conditioned in accordance with the belief, that you are someone definitive.

If you need time to process this, you consent to the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, because processing something as well as taking your time requires more than one. For the same reason, there is no support to get in undoing the belief, that there is more than that which is one.

PART 1:
Gurus and others talking about silence, inner peace and bliss are trying to seduce you into believing, that they know how to find shelter from the world – or how to transcend it. But how can they claim, there is something to find in a world, they also say is an illusion or a dream? Everything found in a dream is of course equally illusionary, no matter if it seems to be found inside or outside of an appearance there or whether it is judged to be pure or whatnot.

The foundation of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings is that a world where there seems to be more than one is to be compared to a dream or a movie – in other words, it is an illusion! This is possible to sense, just like when you – within the illusion of a world where there seems to be more than one – have a dream and for a moment sense it is not real.

Regardless the distances and the apparent different persons in a dream, there are no distances and no differences at all. Everything is in the dreamer, so no matter where you appear to be in the dream you are with the dreamer. It is only the belief in its realty, that separates you from each other.

This does not mean, that you in such a moment see what is real, but that you sense the unreality of a world where there seems to be more than one. What is real you cannot see, as there is nothing real in an illusion, no matter what you seem to think, feel experience or read – included Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. But if can you sense, what you think is you is nothing but a fleeting appearance be in a dream, it is likely that the dreamer of it is real.

Reality though is not something definitive. It is formless and much more energetic than you can ever imagine in the dream of a world defined by time and space. Millions of atomic bombs exploding at one time are nothing compared to the formless energy of that which is one.

It is one perpetual present at an unimaginable speed – so fast that there is no difference to see and nobody has the time to see anything. That is why nothing is happening in the formlessness of oneness. See the appendix in What is unreal is right in front of you.

Alexius is speaking from vague memories of the enlightenment of that which is one, where the dream of a world defined by time and space is no more and therefore neither Alexius to experience something. That is why – apart from the certainty that there is no more than that which is one and therefore not a world where there seems to be more than one – he only has vague memories of it.

If you experience or are aware of something, you are either unreal or hallucinating
The experience of seeing something can only occur in a world, where there seems to be more than one. In such a world one perpetual present seems to be hidden behind the idea of linear time, as it gives the impression, there is a continuous flow of endless events with each their own past and a future.

Reality is that which is one. There is neither nothing inside or outside, as that requires more than one.

Selected fragments of this flow some gurus want you to freeze and uphold as if it is a state of peace or stillness, but just like everything else in a world where there seem to be more than one these states are based on excluding something upsetting or disturbing.

In other words, as they are based on the belief in separation, they exclude the only peace and stillness there is, namely the formlessness of oneness, which has no disturbances, as it takes more than one to be disturbed by something. So if you are feeling disturbed or feeling anything at all, you are either unreal or hallucinating.

The enlightenment of that which is one versus glimpses of it
The enlightenment of that which is one is a moment, that starts in the dream of a world where there seems to be more than one. Yet in the exact same moment, the dream is over. As that which is you were not in the dream, it is not awakening to a new awareness. On the contrary, there is no awareness of anything, neither that you seemed to have believed being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, as that requires more than one. There is just one bright light – so intense that there is nothing to see and therefore nothing to be.

The enlightenment of that which is one sucks you through a black hole, that starts like a zen circle, except the ´drawing´ of it starts off from the top going extremely quickly in both directions at the same time with a brush like a stroke at both of the ends like in this image. When they meet, an extremely bright light – neither opaque or transparent – explodes out of it while extracting the thought construction you identify to be you, so that there is nothing to suck into the black hole. But the two strokes making the black hole will not meet if you have registered them as for example moving black strokes looking like a zen sign, because you are comparing it to the past and so you go back there. In other words, the black hole is not completed and you are back in a world where there seems to be more than one. From this follows that this description is a mix of my vague memories of the enlightenment of that which is one and my many glimpses it, that stops with the forming of the circle around the black hole. The light is there to suck what has been stripped free of the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one through a black hole into that which is one. That is if there are no leftovers of this belief because if there is, you will think that you see something and therefore return to a world where there seems to be more than one, because only in such a world can something be experienced to be seen by somebody.

In other words, if it is perceived as if there is something definable in the enlightenment of that which is one, you will again appear to be someone definitive in a world defined by time and space.

Those who have exciting enlightenment experiences to tell about have held onto the belief in being someone definitive and therefore not as nobody been sucked through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one, so what they have experienced is a glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one.

Glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one can be experienced by seeing, hearing, feeling or tasting it. But as it requires more than one to experience something, the glimpses are not the enlightenment of that which is one.

From from the perspective of a world defined by time and space the enlightenment of that which is one leads to nothing, because there is not something to see, and therefore nothing to define you as someone definitive. That which is one has no perspective, as it requires more than one to have something.

For someone who is fed up of appearing to be someone definitive, it is frustrating to only have glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, but for those who love to appear as someone special it is perfect, because the glimpses can be used to pump up the specialness by lecturing or writing books about the experience of a vast empty space full of pure consciousness, love, bliss or whatever the glimpses are interpreted to reveal.

But it has nothing to do with the enlightenment of that which is one because only someone definitive can be full of pure consciousness, love, bliss or anything else.

The rogue consciousness of the self* likes to give the impression, that it can help you get more, whether in a so-called spiritual or materialistic way. Yet you never get anything but the need for even more. This need, however, you already had. It was because of that, you believed to be someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, so it seems, that although that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

PART 2:
Someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, as well as someone who is not, knows nothing. Those not to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, however, do their best to act as if they know a lot, whereas someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one has no such need, as the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one is not perceived to make a difference, and so there is nothing to know – except of course that there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one.

So whether you think, that you know, why it is raining, why you or somebody else do this or that, what you think you know is an illusion, as it takes more than one to know something and the formlessness of that which is one is everything, because what is formless is endless.

From this follows that to love or help somebody, just like everything else in a world where there seems to be more than one, is an illusion, and therefore not an attribute of that which is one.

Nothing that requires more than one is an attribute of oneness. In other words, love and whatnot only seem to be possible in a world where there seems to be more than one. Believing to be someone in such a world, however, they can be useful in regards to having the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one undone. That is if this is the purpose of using them. In a world of linear time, this appears to takes time. In the process, however, the duality hacks will enable you to enjoy the illusion of that while having the belief that you are someone enjoying something undone. This does not apply to hack #5-7.1 From the inner senses through a black hole into that which is one, as there is nothing to enjoy in the fastest way possible to have the belief in being someone undone, namely the enlightenment of that which is one because it takes more than one to enjoy anything. Besides, the enlightenment of that which is one takes no time, as there is no time in that which is one. See hack #5-7.1 From the inner senses through a black hole into that which is one.

All that being said about ways, the formlessness of that which is one is everything, because what is formless is endless. Hence a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion, including any way out of it. So to fully undo the belief in such a world, the way you appear to go must be undone as well.

A person cannot bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one. But a person can momentarily forget what and where it appears to be so that there is not something definable to hide the formlessness of that which is one. If a person just partly forgets what and where it appears to be, the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be bid welcome. Yet such a person may have glimpses of it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

EPILOGUE:
Who is looking for food but those with an empty stomach. And who is looking for enlightenment, but those who feel empty. Unfortunately most try to fill this the emptiness with something of a pleasurable nature like for example bliss. But nothing can fill this emptiness, because it is a fantasy based on the belief, that you are someone specific in a world defined by time and space, and that which is you is formlessness of oneness, so that is not possible.

That is why you are bound to feel empty if believed to be someone specific. The solution to feeling empty is therefore not to fill up the emptiness but to undo belief in being someone definitive.

An enlightened (in the sense of the enlightenment of that which is one) never ask ´who am I?´, because there is no doubt there is no more than that which is one and therefore not a world where there seems to be more than one – regardless it appears to be astral and whatnot. Consequently the enlightened has no need for communities, discussions, so-called interesting exchanges or dialogues, sending love or anything else to make it appear as if there is someone specific there. The enlightened does not believe but pretend to be someone.

Life has no secrets

There is nothing to search for. Searching comes from the desire of more, and there is no more than that which is one.

Life has no secrets. It is impossible because life is that which is one and it takes more than one to have a secret. So how come so many are wondering about what it is and where to find it. The answer lies in the previous sentence. Life is that which is one, so if you believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, you are without life. In other words, even though the oneness of life is used to experience a world where it seems to be divided into more than one, it is not there – just like a physical body is not in a dream, regardless being the host of it.

Though some like to think, that the word of god is something written, but there is nothing in the New Testament that indicates that. In fact the word of god can neither be written or spoken.

Unfortunately most of those reading the New Testament think, that what is written there is ´The Word of God´. But as god is that which is one and it takes more than one to write or read, the New Testament has nothing to do with ´The Word of God´.

An echo of that which is one, however, can be heard and felt in a world where there seems to be more than one. Christianity calls it for The Word of God, and in Eastern religions, it is often symbolised by the words Aum and Sohang. You could say that the oneness of life sends out an echo of itself to call you home. This echo though does not reveal what oneness is, but what it is not, namely the nothingness in which you believe to be someone definitive in a tangible world. But as you have never left the oneness of life, since it is formless and therefore endless, it is, of course, a metaphor that it is calling you home.

Yet it seems possible to believe that you are someone definitive separated from the formlessness of oneness. This article is written within the context of this belief. In other words, it is within this context, hearing or feeling the echo of oneness is a call for going home.

This echo is not a sound with a beginning and end, so it is not a word that can be written or spoken. But it can be heard and felt, and that is very easy. Hardly anybody wants to hear or feel it though because to appear as someone special in a world where there seems to be more than one you must always be right since being wrong makes you appear to not be special. Not believing to be special is, however, the prerequisite for hearing and/or feeling the echo of oneness

Approaching the echo of oneness through ´The Word of God´ may be even more confusing than the endless chanting of ´Aum´ or ´Sohang´, as it is not a word that means anything.

No chanting or any other action like that is necessary to hear/feel the vibration, that is symbolized by the word Aum. It comes to you automatically, when you do not differentiate the sounds of the world but include them all. In other words, when you do not focus or concentrate.

No chanting or reading in scriptures is necessary to hear or feel the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises. It comes to you automatically, when the apparent difference of the vibes in the world does not make a difference, which they do not do if you do not try to exclude any of them, as if there are more than one. In other words, when you do not focus or concentrate on something specific you are not someone specific but the unpronounceable vibration Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises. The vibration that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises is …
… not a secret though it appears to be so if you are searching for an elitist understanding of it rather than actually hearing or feeling the vibration, which can be heard or felt whenever you do not focus on hearing or feeling something specific.

When you hear or feel the unpronounceable echo of oneness, the sense of being someone definitive disappears. Thus there is nothing to transform.

For ages people have been chanted Aum and Sohang or speculated about the meaning of The Word of God, assuming that if they just kept going on, the secret behind them would miraculous be revealed. But only the special self (read more about that here) looks for miracles because it thinks it is in charge of itself and it cannot make it. That which is one has no miracles to reveal because it takes more than one to reveal anything, and there is no more than that which is one.

Many may already have heard or felt the echo of oneness coming from the edge of the universe, but as they are biassed towards something mysterious and sensational, they do not pay attention to the quiet humming, that constantly is there, as it is the basis for the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one.

It only takes one ´chant´ of Aum or Sohang to hear of feel the echo of oneness. That is if you are not looking for peak experiences of an almighty god, love or something mysterious and sensational that can be mentally explained.

To tune into hearing the echo of oneness …
… first say the two letters of AUM very slowly and when you come to M, do not really say but whisper it until you say nothing and there is a gentle humming coming from somewhere in the distance. This is the echo of oneness.

You can also get in touch with this distant humming by saying sohang – eventually combined with listening to the sound coming from the breath. Say so when breathing in, and after a tiny break say hang when breathing out. The so is not really important, except for tuning in. The same applies to the first part of hang. After having said so-ha(n) you remain on (a)ng at the end of breathing out, and then let the sound continue by itself – what remains without you saying anything is the humming, that is the echo of oneness.

Another way to hear the echo of life is to stop focusing on any sound in particular until you cannot distinguishing the sounds that you are hearing from each other. Hence they turn into one sound, namely the echo of oneness.

You do not have to sit in a certain posture to meditate, repeat a mantrachantpraywearing special clothes or be in a special place with special people where the air is polluted with incense to hear the echo of oneness, neither does there have to be stillness inside or outside of you. All you have to do is to be devoted to whatever you are appear to do.

One of the first times Alexius heard this humming from the edge of the universe, he was busy handing out flyers on a pedestrian street, and just like that the sum of all sounds turned into a distant humming that cancelled out the noise of the street – also the feeling of being there, as the sum of all feelings turned everything into a transparent one.

Knowing it is there, it is easier to connect with it
When Alexius was a child, he preferred the music from a radio station called Radio Luxembourg. It was very hard to tune into it in his native country Denmark because it was on a frequency located between two very noisy stations. But as he knew of its existence and also where to look, with much determination and the finest subtlety he succeeded in tuning into Radio Luxembourg.

Likewise, you, in the same manner, should be able to tune into the echo of oneness, now that know about the humming of oneness from the edge of the universe. If there appear to be too much noise in the head – especially the left side can be full of noise from the working of the brain – listen to your right side without focusing on anything in specific.

To feel the echo of oneness
Apart from hearing the vibration, that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises, you can also feel it – especially if you are more emotional than audio minded. Just do the same steps as above but put more weight into feeling it. Feeling it can be compared to sensing your body purring like a cat, or like it trembles of fear but without fearing of anything, or shaking of coldness but more lightly and not feeling cold or anything else specifically, or feeling the effect of quickly drinking the foam of Coca-Cola which in this case is not limited to bubble or tingle in a specific part of the body or in that alone but all over.

In more intense moments it may feel like you are nothing but the vibration from an earthquake or from a big laundry machine on the spin cycle. It is not just in the body but also outside of it, as if there is no transition between it and the appearances that seem to be outside of it. If you do not panic but go with the flow of it, you forget about the body and anything outside of it, so there is no memory to hide, there is no more than the formlessness of oneness.

And as it takes more than one to be something, what you believe to be is no more. In other words, contrary to the experience of a mild tingling in the body, the intense version of it ends up in having no experience at all, since there is nobody to experience it. Normally the reflexes of fear for not being someone definitive quickly produce experiences of more than one, so you again appear to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

That is what in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings is called the enlightenment of that which is one, but that is a story for another article, as this one is devoted to the experiences of it in the form of hearing or feeling the vibration that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolise. These experiences are not the enlightenment of that which is one but glimpses of it. See the appendix regarding the enlightenment of that which is one versus glimpses of it.

Feeling or hearing the echo of the primordial vibration is basically the same – like two sides of the same coin. It is not advisable though to encompass both at the same time. Well, it is possible to encompass any of them but to be encompassed by them one by one.

In the case of Alexius he is more into hearing than feeling, so it took him a long time to feel the echo of oneness, and when he finally did – after several years – the belief in being someone specific was momentarily undone, so there was nothing definable fencing off the aspect of feeling the enlightenment of that which is one, which you do not feel as there are no conscious of you being someone definitive.

Some people complain that their neighbour is vacuuming while they are meditating, but most likely the neighbour is at sleep and it is not the sound of a vacuum cleaner you hear but the distant vibration from the edge of the universe that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises.

If you look for a big and special experience, you may brush off something so simple as the gentle humming coming from the edge of the universe and yet from nowhere. The humming can also be compared to the distant sound of the air conditioning in a big place like a supermarket or an airport. It can also be compared to the sound of a wave at the shore, that never stops going up.

Already familiar with the humming that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises, you do not tune into it all the time, if you still want to appear as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. But you may tune into it every now and then just to make sure you have not forgotten the key to the formlessness of oneness – just like you sometimes may check your pocket to hear or feel, that you have not forgotten the key to your physical home.

Let us return to the idea of the so-called secrets of life. What secrets does life hide? None. Were you asked to buy a book or take a special course to know what Aum, Sohang and The Word of God is a symbol of? No, and you did not have to wait until the end of the article to read about how to hear or feel the echo of life. You got it right away without beating about the bush.

If you have peculiar questions like: What is life and what is the meaning of it, you have separated yourself from it – or rather imagined that it is possible to do so, because separation from that which is one is not possible, as there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless.

So whatever you imagine to be and have in a world where there seems to be more than one is not real. Yet you like to believe, that if you try hard enough, life will reveal its secret reality to you. But life has nothing to reveal because life is that which is one and it takes more than one to reveal anything.

The above article is Alexius´ way of communicating, how you actually can hear and feel an echo of oneness. To use ´Aum´ or ´Sohang´ as a stepping stone for that is not a new idea, but so far it has mostly been promoted in mysterious ways by people, who do not hear or feel it themselves, but hope that if they repeat those words again and again a miracle will happen. Looking for that, however, they will miss the gentle humming coming from the edge of the universe.

It was not through the words ´Aum´ or ´Sohang´ that Alexius started to hear or feel the humming, that they symbolise. Since his teenage years he has been used to being ´lifted´ by this humming – for example while watching a movie, having a walk with his parents or sitting all by himself in a park. And so when he was about 40 years old it suddenly dawned on him, that this is what people are trying to reach, when chanting ´Aum´ or ´Sohang´.

It is not about reaching it though, but to tune into it so that it reaches you. When Alexius can do this so can you, because even though you may appear to be different from him, what makes it possible for the two of you to experience you are different is the same, namely the formlessness of oneness from where this humming comes.


APPENDIX:
As it takes more than one to experience something, the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be experienced. Yet glimpses of it can be experienced in the form of seeing, hearing, feeling or tasting it. In other words, to hear or feel the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises is to have a glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one.

That which is you is not the bright white light that is so intense, that nothing but that is seen. It is, however, the last thing you see before it terminates all the memories that made up the story of you as someone definitive, so there is nobody left to fall through a black hole into that which is one, which is not seen since that takes more than one.

In other words, you seem t return to that which is one as bright light. That is if you are a visual minded person. If you are more more into hearing, feeling or tasting, you return as a sound, feeling or taste. That being said, you do not actually return to that which is one beacuse you never left it. It is not possible, since doing so requires more than one. But it seems possible to believe. there is more than that which is one. In the context of that belief system, you seem to return to it.

The return to that which is one does not involve a transformation of you or the world, but the annihilation of you and the world – at least as seen from a world where there seems to be more than one, because now reality sets in, and reality is that which is one. So if you are into making a better world, to realise your self, coming from the heart, living in the now, being one with the Earth and whatnot, the enlightenment of that which is one is not for you.

In oneness, there is no time and space to separate anything. It is one perpetual present.

Have you ever sit in a bath top and imagined an adventurous world in the abstract structure of the steam rising from the hot water? When the steam dissolves, and thus the world you imagined there, you hold onto the thoughts of something specific, so you can keep the moments of magic and imagine you are part of a special world with exciting creatures. Without your imagination, however, this world is nothing but water.

The world – including what appears to be you – is empty space according to science. In other words, anything experienced as opaque is an imagination and so is the experiencer. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The above is meant as a metaphor to illustrate how a world where there seems to be more than one can be imagined, so it seems to hide there is no more than that which is one. In the context of this metaphor, what and where you believe to be is nothing but empty space where colourless waves of light move so fast (read more about that here) that they cannot be dissociated from each other. That is unless you imagine seeing different waves shaped by the space in between them so that empty space seems to consists of countless waves of light separated from each other.

And if you also imagine these shapes to not move so fast but quite slow, they seem to be definable by time and. therefore, tangible. Consequently, you seem to experience a world of countless opaque and colourful shapes that differ from each other, although the experience consists of nothing but empty space filled colourless waves of light moving so fast that they cannot be dissociated from each other.

This is what becomes obvious in the enlightenment of that which is one. The light of the waves is so bright that it is impossible to catch a difference, wherefore there is just one formless light.

When you see all thoughts as a symbol of the bright white light, their apparent differences in time and space does not make a difference.

By not caring about collecting specific thoughts to maintain the appearance of you as someone coherent in a world defined by time and space, you open the door to the enlightenment of that which is one. Opening this door is not about doing something, but about not doing what you are doing to hide the bright, bright light.

Because of what is said in the above about thoughts, you may get the idea, that they need to be stopped. But it is not thoughts as such that hide the light of that which is one. It is a belief, that they establish you as someone definitive.

To not do anything, you keep on thinking what you seem to think, but without taking any thought seriously. By not taking any of them seriously, the belief in them as yours cannot be maintained, and you will literally be nothing but a light brighter than anything conceivable. That being said, if there is still the slightest belief in being someone definitive nothing you will not want to be dissolved in the flow of the enlightenment of that which is one. Chances are you right away will return to the world you have constructed of thoughts, as you obviously still believe in one or more of them.

The world is nothing but a construction of thoughts, that seems to have the power to hide that which is one, as long as you believe that they have a meaning.

None of the exciting stories about divine presence, higher self and consciousness, for example, applies to that which is one because there is no excitement in oneness since it takes more than one to be that or something else. There does, however, seem to be lots of excitement to find in a world where there seems to be more than one if you follow one of the popular gurus. But excitement is an illusion, what you get is not real.

Praying, meditating, fasting, wearing special clothes or being with special people in special places does not help you in regards to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, as doing something implies that you are someone definitive. There is nothing to do and no help to get than forget what and where you are.

A certain body posture, state of mind, kundalini awakening and whatnot is not needed in order to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one because it does not enter neither the mind or the body (including aura and chakras). On the contrary, it undoes the belief in anything that can be experienced – including primordial energy, consciousness, astral worlds and whatnot –so that only what cannot be experienced is left, namely the formlessness of that which is one.

If you do not seek to be acknowledged as someone definitive, you are nobody – and only as nobody can you bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one.

To bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, all you need to do is to stop focusing on experiencing something tangible, because if you believe to see something definable, it is as if it is hiding the formless enlightenment of that which is one.

That which is one is neither light or darkness or anything in between. Light is just what is used to extract all the thoughts, that are used to make up the experience of being someone tangible, so there is not something to be sucked into a black hole and spit out on the other side into that which is one. Neither is there another side, as there is no more than that which is one.

The unenlightened may have a high consciousness attained through many years of meditation. But one who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one has nothing because it takes more than one to have something.

It is not uncommon to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one and afterwards dismiss the vague memories of it as nothing, as what is formless – and therefore not definable – cannot be remembered as something. Besides, as the enlightenment of that which is one is one perpetual present, it cannot be transferred to a world of linear time. In other words, it cannot be shared in a world where there seems to be more than one, wherefore it is often dismissed as real.

There is not something to awaken from or return to – neither any awareness to expand –because there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one.

The enlightenment of that which is one does not return you to the formlessness of that which is one. It is not possible, as that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one, and as what is formless is endless, there is nothing outside of it, so you never left it – only in your imagination, which the enlightenment does not change but undoes.

The enlightenment of that which is one does nothing but heals the sick belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Rebooted as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, you sense this very clearly, because even though the memories of the enlightenment of that which is one are vague, one thing stands out crystal clear: There is no more than that which is one.

So if you are looking for something big and supernatural, that will support you and help you to become more spiritual and blissful, you will not notice if you somehow forget what and where you are and therefore bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, because it has none of those qualities you are looking for. It has nothing at all, as it requires more than one to have anything.


NOTE: The bright white light is not of the world and has nothing to do with the light of the sun or any other light in it. No words can describe the enlightenment of that which is one. Frequencies, light and other words in this article are to be compared to street signs, that point towards the formlessness of oneness, but they are not what they are pointing at and in this case, they are not meant to imply, there is a distance to go.

To come back to that which is you may feel like a journey, but it is not a real one, because you have never left it. That is not possible. Yet it is possible to believe so – and to undo this belief seems to take time, when you believe to be in a world of linear time.

After a long intense night of driving taxi many years ago, I forgot what and where I was, and so there was nothing to hide the enlightenment of that which is one.

In the enlightenment of that which is one there is nothing but bright white light, and everything ´happens´ so fast, that there is no time to think and hold onto concepts of eternity, love, stillness and whatnot.

When I later read The New Testament and Bhagavad Gita there were passages, that triggered memories of the enlightenment of that which is one. The memories are vague though because Alexius did not experience it. The enlightenment of that which is one is formless so nothing definable can enter it. Yet there are vague memories of something indefinable, and so Alexius is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

that which is one is enlightenment in a very literal sense, like when Jesus said: When your eyes become single your whole body will be full of light – or like St. Paul, when he was blinded by light – or like Arjuna according to Bhagavad Gita said after having been initiated by Krishna: »It is brighter than thousands of suns. I have become the destroyer of worlds …«

A dream can be compared to a simulated world meanwhile layered on top that which is real. As long as you believe the simulated world to be real, it will seem to cover that which is real, as if it does not exist.

The world is not there anymore. Not because it has been destroyed, but just because it was never there – except as an imagination, which is not possible to have in that which is one, as that requires more than one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

I would not put it like that myself, because there is nobody in the enlightenment of that which is one, so there is not a body to be full of light, neither a world to destroy. The world is just not there, and there is no memory of it ever having been there. It is like a dream that is no more when you wake up in the morning.

The translations of both The New Testament and Bhagavad Gita differs from translator to translator, and as the above quotes are from memory, they may not be the exact words in your addition. But it does not really matter, because regardless of how you speak about it, the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be described. In other words, what is said about it in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings should not be taken as the real thing, but pointers towards it.

Imagine you want to describe an orange to somebody, who has never seen or tasted an orange. Maybe you say it has the colour of an orange sunset, is round like a ball and taste as sweetened water. Yet the person, that you have given this description, will never find out what an orange is by drinking sweet water from a rounded cup at sunset.

You have to see and taste it yourself to know what it is – and in terms of the enlightenment of that which is one, you will never know, because a person cannot be enlightened. You as a person is gone in the enlightenment of that which is one. There is nobody there to experience it – that is why it cannot be known.

No god to see in the world and nothing to find
Some think the enlightenment of that which is one is to see god in everyone. This is delusional, there is no god in the world. In the context of god and the world, just think of electricity lightening up a room via a bulb. You see the room due to the power of electricity. Yet you cannot see electricity itself, because it is not in the room illuminated by the bulb. But there is no god either in the enlightenment of that which is one, except if you use the word in its original meaning, namely one perpetual present.

If you return to the world after the enlightenment of that which is one, there is no more need to search for the meaning of life, because you know there is no more than that which is one and so there is no life a world, where it seems to be more than one. Besides to search for something requires more than one, so whatever you think you find is not real.

One who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one has no need to be forgiven or loved, because there is no ´I´ deciding what to do and therefore nobody to forgive or love. But when there is no ´I´ to protect and preserve, there is freedom to pretend being any kind of personality with all the ups and downs a specific personality seems to have.

To make long short: There is no need to keep together an appearance of someone with coherent opinions and behaviour. You are free to use the ´I´ as the personality, you fancy. It is simply a tool you use like your leg, hand eyes and so on.

Some personalities I have pretended to be for a while: Child, Teenager, Taxi driver, Monk, Husband, Daddy, Adult, Business Man, Millionaire, DJ, Designer, Teacher, Photographer and recently: Non-teacher.

Enlightenment is not of a world where there seems to be more than one
Regarding the enlightenment of that which is one, it is best to forget everything you have ever heard or read about it – including what is said in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. Any idea of any form, that you might think it has, is wrong. It has no form, it is formless. Yet, if you look for something formless, you still look for something. But if you do not believe to be someone definitive – or do not care about it – there is not something definable to hide it.

Please note that I am in no way postulating the above statements are the perfect way to put it – there is no such thing as perfection in a world where there seems to be more than one – so if you look for inconsistencies, misspelling or whatever, you may find it, but if you look for pointers to the enlightenment of that which is one, you may also find that.

Enlightenment of that which is one and the fear of it

Why do the oranges fall down from the trees outside the house of Alexius every November? The answer is simple, it is the season for that. Likewise, it seems to be the season for Alexius to write an article about bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one and the fear it may involve.

The enlightenment of that which is one does not result in some kind of spiritual understanding or connection with a higher being. Actually, it results in nothing, because it takes more than one to be or have something.

As it also takes more than one to return to that which is one, there is no help to get from it. Besides, it does not know that you believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. It is not possible, because that which is one is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than that which is one. But it is possible to imagine being someone specific in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Most books or lectures about the enlightenment of that which is one are based on speculations of how to exclude what is judged as bad in order become full of light and joy. But to exclude is to separate and therefore an enhancement of the belief in being someone definitive – and nothing definable can enter the enlightenment of that which is one .

The enlightenment of that which is one can be compared to taking a ride in a fairground carousel so fast, that the mind has to give up seeing any differences at all. The enlightenment of that which is one undoes this imagination. Yet it is not an experience, neither a state of mind or some kind of being or consciousness, as it takes more than one to experience or be something. Well, there is no mind at all in the enlightenment of that which is one. There is just one bright light. Not a light though that lightens up anything, as that would require more than one. For the same reason, there is no memory at all of a world where there seems to be more than one.

In other words, the imagination of being someone definitive is wiped out by the enlightenment of that which is one, so there is nobody left to experience bliss or anything else. Therefore, what he is about to tell is not based on his experience of the enlightenment of that which is one, but vague memories of it.

His memories may seem to imply, the enlightenment of that which is one is a sequence of events happening in linear time, but that is only because one perpetual present cannot be described in a world of linear time. And even though it is described as it ´happened´ many years ago, in non-linear time, it is still ´happening´. In other words, his description may be a mix of several ´excursions´ from linear time into one perpetual present.

An early morning, when he was 22 years old, he bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one after having intensely worked as a taxi driver for about 15 hours. Somehow the sum of the images from driving around the streets continually looking for customers turned the world into something less definable and more blurry. As he had no energy left to establish a focus of the world, he was sucked into by a spiralling show of psychedelic light, that did not seem to come from anywhere.

All info of someone definitive is extracted by either the light, sound, feeling or taste of the enlightenment of that which is one, so that there is nobody to be sucked through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one, where there is neither chaos or order, as that would require more than one. The enlightenment of that which is one is to be compared to the fusion of all lights, or sounds, or emotions, or tastes – depending on our preference as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

None of these fusions are the formlessness of that which is one. They are merely tools for attracting you to the extent, that you do not fight it, when all the thoughts collected to fabricate your personality are extracted by it, so that there is not something definable to be sucked through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one.

This article is about the first time the belief in being someone definitive momentarily was undone for Alexius, so the enlightenment of that which is one was bid welcome. It is the most known aspect* of it, namely light, that was bid welcome. Later its other aspects* – sound, emotion and taste –was also bid welcome. Not as a mix though  but one by one. It is not possible to mix something in the enlightenment of that which is one, as that requires more than one.

I assume it is not necessary to bid welcome all the aspects* of the enlightenment of that which is one, but that one of them is sufficient in regards to completely forget the imagination of a world where there seems tl be more than one.

Suddenly a black spot with no fixed location, nor a fixed form, looking like a horse head or an embryo showed up. And then a completely colourless light – brighter than the coloured light outside the black spot – started to show as a ring outside the edges of the black spot, that must have been a hole, as colourless light exploded out of it.

This light took over everything, as it was everywhere and yet nowhere. And just like that extracted the concept of Alexius and a world where there seems to be more than one and left it at the edge of the black hole, so the nothingness of him gracefully was falling through it into the formlessness of that which is one. If it was falling or floating he cannot recall because everything happened simultaneously, but there is a sense of forever falling while at the time floating in a space that was not there – and then in the exact same moment as forever falling there was nothing.

That is all folks. There is no more to tell. At this point, the enlightenment of that which is one is over, and there is nothing but the formlessness of that which is one, as it is called in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. It is not a big void of nothing filled with exotic ideas of unconditional love and whatnot. On the contrary. It is not filled with anything since that requires more than one

There is nothing to disturb you in that which is one, because there is no more than one. It is so simple compared to the peace fabricated in a world where there seems to be more than one, as that is always based on having to exclude something disturbing.

Thus it is neither peaceful or anything else. Metaphorically speaking the speed of it is so fast that it is not possible to differentiate anything. The conception of separation is not possible, so there is not something to see, nor anyone to see this. That is why stillness is not needed. Fortunately, because it is incredibly noisy – and then again all the noise is so loud, that it merges into one sound, all lights into one light, all emotions into one feeling and all tastes into one taste, that last no time.

This is not to be understood as the enlightenment of that which is a mix of light, sound, emotion and taste. These are four aspects* of it, but you only bid one of them welcome at a time. It does not matter which one of them. They all have the same purpose. Namely to attract you to such an extent, that you cannot help but let them extract all thoughts making it appear as if you are someone definitive and leave them at the edge of a black hole so that there is nothing definable to be sucked through it into the formlessness of that which is one.

It is, of course, a metaphor to say, oneness is on the other side of a black hole, as it is formless and therefore without end, inside or outside – also without size.

Dunno if there is a spiral around the black hole of the enlightenment of that which is one, because being that close nothing seems to differ from each other. Yet for a moment so short, that it is not conceivable, a light inside the edge of the black hole so much brighter that the very bright light around it, suddenly explodes into a formless light that does not include Alexius but the formlessness of that which I am. I seem to remember a spiral around a black hole in the enlightenment of that which is one. I do not remember it exactly as in this image – either because everything was moving so fast or I was so close that nothing seemed to differ from each other. Yet for a moment so short, that it is not conceivable, a light inside the edge of the black hole – so much brighter than the very bright light around it – suddenly like thousands of atomic bombs exploded into a formless light that erased anything definable, so what ´happened´ after being sucked by this light through a black hole I cannot tell, neither can I find any image on the web that can illustrate the vague memories of the nothingness of everything. The enlightenment of that which is one is unexplainable
When the belief in being Alexius momentarily was undone, and the enlightenment of that which is one was bid welcome, he had never seen a black hole before (and fortunately he did not see it in the enlightenment of that which is one, as otherwise, he would have bounced back to a world defined by time and space), so description of the entrance to that which is one as a black hole is made in retrospect. And calling it an entrance is a metaphor because there is neither an entrance or an exit to that which is endless.

Actually, it was not before much later, when he saw pictures of black holes from far out in the universe, that he sensed how familiar they were – much more than appearing to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Describing the enlightenment of that which is one in a world, where there seems to be more than one, is not possible, because even though so much is happening nothing is happening because it is one perpetual present.

To bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, you, of course, do not have to drive a taxi all night or be in ´a deep sleep´ like Buddha supposedly described it. Whatever way you lose focus or stop defining and labelling will do in regards to bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one. Meditation though may work against this because many use it to concentrate and focus in an attempt to achieve something specific – and anything definable fence of the enlightenment of that which is one.

The return from that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one
How come Alexius returned to a world where there seems to be more than one after the enlightenment of that which is one? According to legend Buddha returned out of compassion for others. If this is the case for Alexius, he is not aware of it. But why should he return out of compassion for others, when there is no more than that which is one.

Jesus, who also seemed to return, said that going to heaven – assuming that by going there meant to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one – is more difficult than for a camel to go through an eye of a needle. And in ancient scriptures of India, it is often said that you have to come empty-handed.

It seems, that a person momentarily can forget to uphold the believe in being someone definitive, so that there is not something definable to go through the eye of a needle into the enlightenment of that which is one – but it also seems, this eye of a needle is just big enough for a slight leftover of the belief in being someone definitive to pass through, and that this little piece will fear being completely annihilated by the formlessness of that which is one.

To defend itself against this, it hangs onto anything that it can define as something, and by doing so you are back as someone definitive in a world limited by time and space, where things happen at such a slow speed, that there is plenty of time to realise, there is nothing to fear, if you do not believe to be someone definitive, as then there is nothing to annihilate.

We cannot know how come Buddha and Jesus returned to a world where there seems to be more than one in order to appear as if they were somebody specific there, but from also having returned Alexius knows there is nobody to help in such a world and nothing to heal but the sick belief, that something appearing to be definable can block out the formlessness of oneness.

Maybe he wanted to be reestablished as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, so he could escape what he perceived to be a relentless power taking away his free will and totally wipe out what he believed to be, which is also true as seen from the point of believing to be someone definitive. But if you do not uphold this belief, there is no free will to take away or anybody conceivable to wipe out – and therefore nothing to fear.

Seen from the perspective of that which is one, which is only possible metaphorically speaking as it takes more than one to see something, nothing is taken away or wiped out, because there is no more than that which is one.

Without the belief in being someone, there is no annihilation to fear
Fear of annihilation, as talked about in the above, is often related to an authority problem. In the case of Alexius, he perceived his father and later other authority figures as somebody determined to take away his free will and incorporate him like a satellite in their world.

If such a perception is correct or not is not the matter. Freedom is only a problem if you have chosen to believe that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Without this belief, there is no more than that which is one, and therefore nothing to take away anything.

It is not possible though to completely stop believing that you are someone definitive while appearing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one because otherwise, it would not appear to be there. It is also not possible to solve all unsolved issues with others, as being someone specific is based upon having those problems.

But it is possible to realise, that problems are simply something you pretend to have in order to appear as someone definitive, so when the enlightenment of that which is one exposes them, there is no reason to take the fear of being annihilated by an omnipresent power serious, because the problems are not yours but something you pretend to have.

Another straightforward way to undo the belief in being someone specific is to see everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one. When you as a person in the world is nothing but a symbol, it is not fearful when this symbol is erased by the enlightenment of that which is one, so only that which it symbolises is left. You can read more about this in hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life.

To see that being someone definitive is nothing but make-believe, you must first acknowledge, that you think, you know what and where you are – and that you therefore are mistaken.

The fastest way to undo the belief in being someone at all is to realise that you do not know what and where you are. When there is not someone to be conscious about someone definitive, there is nothing to lose or let go off.

The above ways of undoing the belief in being someone definitive does not require enlightenment. It definitely helps, but the despair of appearing to be someone in a capsule of time and space is just as good a prerequisite.

A season for everything
That there is a way to undo the belief in being someone definitive, may be an obstacle in itself, because ultimately speaking there is nothing to undo and nobody to return to the formlessness of oneness, as there is no more than that which is one. So maybe Alexius just appeared to return from the enlightenment of that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one because it was the season for such imagination. And maybe one day it is the season imagination is over so that there is no imagination to hide the unimaginable, namely that which is one. Do not know, and it does not really matter, because there is no more than that which is one, regardless of seasons or whatever else imagined that requires more than one.

PART 1:
Alexius has not invented the headline. It is a rewrite of a movie title. Nor is the rest of the article thought up by him. He cannot think. Thoughts are passing by like frequencies are passing by a radio, which picks up and transmits those it is tuned into. In this article Alexius is tuned into the following:

They meditate, chant, drink, take drugs or something else to alter their perception of the present moment so they can avoid being in touch with the feelings it seems to bring about. But every time they do something to rid a feeling, sadness, for example, on a psychological level they enhance the sense of not being happy. Thus what you consider to be wrong in yourself or the world you increase, the more you try to avoid or correct it.

  • Trying to purify yourself, you enhance feeling condemned.
  • Pursuing freedom, you strengthen the door to your prison.
  • Eating to get healthy, your feeling of being wrong is fed.
  • On a quest for enlightenment, darkness is tightened.
  • Trying to unite, separation is increased.
  • Looking for love, your self-hatred is ratified.
  • Seeking god, you feel more sinful.
  • Meditating to be at peace, your frustrations increase.
  • Searching for a higher self, you confirm you are not good enough.
  • Wanting to be perfect, imperfect is confirmed

This is not to say, that you should stop suppressing your feelings. By all means, go ahead and do it – or stop it. It does not matter. Whatever you seem to think, feel or do is a fantasy because what and where you believe to be is fabricated by the brain.

You think you are reading this article now, but actually, you are reading an edited version of what you read one second ago, as the brain has spent one second on filtering and interpreting it in such a way, so you seem to read something that is coherent with the experiences it has made for you in the past.

If reading that makes you want to know what this article really says, and you decide to see the unfiltered and therefore authentic version of it, you are still caught in the game of the brain, namely that what you do and say makes a difference. It is like thinking, you can make a difference in the world of Super Mario. It is not possible. Everything is fixed. But you are free to change your perception of it.

So if the way the brain filters your experience is perceived to be upsetting, you change your perception into something that makes you feel good. Believing that what and where you appear to be is real, you may consider this as to cheat. But when you know that every experience is an illusion fabricated by the brain, having them is like watching the show of a magician. You do not want to break the magic spell by looking for authenticity but to perceive the show in a way that entertains you. Read more about that in hack #4.2 The basic self versus the special one.

PART 2:
All colours in a light beam, except lime green, have a complementary colour, so if you believe to see pink, which theoretically speaking is the complementary colour of lime green, in the pictures here you are wrong. Pink does not exist. That is why it is said to be an extra-spectral colour in Wikipedia. If you want more factual info about pink, also called fuchsia and magenta, follow this link.

The reason you perceive the colour pink, although it is not there, is that every time you, theoretically speaking, should see it as a complementary colour to lime green, you mix blue and red to create pink so you can fill the gap in the spectrum of a light beam with it.

But if not for gaps, a world where there seems to be more than one would, according to science, not appear there. It was a perceived gap in the pattern, made up by the particles from the big bang, that made it possible for the inconsistent structure to unfold into a world with gaps between everything. In other words, if a gap had not been perceived in the way the particles from the big bang gathered together, there would have been no imperfection to trigger the fantasy of separation.

Perfection, therefore, is the end of separation. But this is not achieved by filling the gaps with love or other childish dreams of togetherness, as the special self would do, since doing so is based on the belief in separation (read more about that here), because without it, there would be nobody to love.

The world is designed, so it appears to be a puzzle, where you are rewarded when you get the pieces right. But the puzzle is incomplete. A piece is missing. No problem, if you perceive it as it is, but if not, an endless quest for something to fill the gap is set in motion.

But perceiving it as it is, gaps neither contribute to imperfection or perfection but to a world where they seem to separate everything and thus to keep together a world where there seems to be more than one. Perceiving it like this, which the basic self does, gaps are what makes it entertaining to experience such a world. What you think you see, is precisely that. It is an image fabricated by the brain, which has lots of scripts to automatically manipulate the rays of light reaching the eyes into an image of the world, that looks like you expect it to do. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Once upon a time, a king liked to order people to be beheaded in the blind spot, we all have when we look at something from a specific angle. It is not a gap that we notice because we are conditioned to fill it with something from our memory. The king, therefore, kept seeing the beheaded ones with a head until he changed his viewing angle and they had no head, which he found very amusing.

It is not only the gaps as mentioned above we are conditioned to fill with what we expect to see. This whole page that you think you see on a digital media is a gap that has been filled with something because digital info cannot be seen. Check out Eyes do not see, they translate.

The same applies to the rest of the world that you believe to see. It is as virtual as this page, and so is the brain that seems to fill it with something real.

Duality is a simulated reality on top of non-duality

The real world that is one and non-dual cannot be seen in a world of duality, as this simulated world layered on top on non-duality appears to hide it. An illusion though cannot hide anything. It is therefore rather the belief that you are someone definitive in a world of duality, that appears to suppress, there is no more than the formlessness of non-duality.

While you believe to be in a world of duality no matter what you experience there – whether it seems to be so-called spiritual or mundane, to come from the heart and whatnot – is make-believe. The light of the sun is no more real than that from a bulb, and a so-called live flower is just as artificial as a plastic flower.

Eyes do not see. It is the brain, that fabricate the images, you seem to ´see´. Actually, the brain can produce perfect images of what seems to be a realistic world even with your eyes closed. The brain deceives you – but only because you want to be deceived.

Whether love is perceived to be pure or not, it is not real – neither is loss, abundance, ego, mind, soul, consciousness, truth, god, angels, spiritual beings or astral planes. Nothing but non-duality is real, because it is endless and therefore everything. Besides, non-duality is oneness, so it is not possible to have a mind, be conscious and whatnot, as it requires more than one to be or have something.

Wavelengths of light can be compared to the binary data, that are accumulating the simulation, of the webpage, you assume to see on your screen right now with words, that seem to form a meaning, and images with colours, that appear to reflect a world in the way believe it to be. But binary data or wavelengths do not have the form, colours or depth of field, that you seem to experience on this page. The same applies to this image simulating them. And they do not know, they are twisted in such a way, so that you think, you see a dimensional world with lots of different appearances.

It is a scientific fact that you do not see any colour or form in the world, but just the wavelength of light hitting the retina of the eye. Colour and form is assigned by the brain to the wavelengths of light, so they seem to show coherent images of a world in the way you have conditioned yourself to perceive it – regardless that all wavelengths of light are colourless as well as formless, and that the motion of the image you seem to see has been extrapolated, so that the time delay in processing it will not interfere with the thoughts or actions, you perceive to happen now.

According to science it is also a fact that everything seen as solid and opaque consist of empty space. In other words, the world of solid forms, that you seem to feel and see, is make-believe. See the article Where to find the bliss of ´the empty breath´.

Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings uses several different words for that which is real, namely non-duality, the formlessness of that which is one/you/life, oneness, one perpetual present, eternal now or spirit.

Those words or phrases, however, should only be taken as symbols for that which is real or pointers towards it, even though it is not possible to point to the formlessness of oneness, as it requires more than one to point at something. Furthermore, there is nothing outside of the formlessness of oneness, as formlessness is endless, so pointing at it is an illusion.

There is nothing real, because that would imply, there is something not real – and there is nothing but that which is real.

You are not seeing,what you seem to see.It is an illusion.

You do not see what you seem to look at. It is a virtual reality constructed by thoughts, that also is unreal – everything definable is an illusion.

To know is to be in duality
In a simulated reality, all words are of course equally illusionary, so to speak as if there is ultimate reality is also an illusion. If only non-duality is real, as noted above, then everything that seems to appear in a world of duality is an illusion including this article.

But even within the context of the world of duality, this page, that you seem to see on an electronic media, is considered to be an illusion. An app has fabricated a layer from the programming code underneath the page to simulate this page, that most humans otherwise would not be able to read.

The whole internet that you may experience as an exciting world is a world layered on top of programming languages like HTML and JAVA. If not transformed by your web browser, you would not be able to perceive this layer on top of the code, that right now appears to be an article about simulated reality.

This is a screen dump of the source code behind the first part of th article you seem to read now. In the source code you cannot see the header, neither the colours there appear to be around the page, nor the photos or anything else you experience to be there. The code, which is nothing but letters and numbers added together sometime in the past, commands your browser to fabricate this page, when you hit the right buttons, so that you experience it without noticing it is just an artificial layer fabricated on top of code.

All your thoughts can be compared to code, that are added together in such a way, that the brain is able to produce images from them of a tangible world, so that you experience it as if you are someone there. The images are layered on top of that which is real by the one making the code, who is also code.

Nobody though has made the code, as non-duality is the formlessness of oneness and as it takes more than one to make code. In other words, this explanation, like the rest of duality, is an illusion, because what is formless is endless, so there is nothing outside of it. That is why this paragraph does not start by saying ´all thoughts are code´ but ´all thoughts can be compared to code´.

There is no explanation to the existence of an illusion, because it does not exist. Yet, in the hack that this article is a part of, namely hack 2.3 Life is flat, and hack #2.5 Size does not matter, you can find more detailed explanations of how a layer of duality is fabricated on top of non-duality by using imagined fragments of non-duality added together in such a way that they appear as if they are dimensional and dual instead of non dimensional and non-dual.

There are also similar explanations about this in hack # 3.5 Non-duality is non-fabrication. Just remember that any explanation is a fabrication and nothing fabricated is real, as it requires more than one to fabricate something. Hence the only purpose of the explanations in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings is to remind you, that only that which is not fabricated is real.

The digital photos, for example, that you think you see are layers on top of digital info that no human would perceive as an image of the world. A raw data converter has fabricated a layer on top of the raw digital info in such a way that it triggers memories of the world as you remember it. In the case of the internet, this layer is called a JPEG or PNG file.

The same applies to the text you perceive to see on your screen, it is a layer built on top of nothing but zeros and ones in different combinations. Alexius is not that technically minded so he cannot say, he understands how it works. Neither how the world of duality seems to work as a layer on top of non-duality.

Actually, metaphorically speaking, you are closer to that which is real, namely non-duality, if you do not understand how duality works because it does not work. How can it work when there is nothing but non-duality? It cannot! It is an illusion – and thus not understandable.

To know something is to limit yourself as someone definitive within your knowledge. Not knowing something there are no constraints.

To not know is to not be dual 
Liberation is to not know what, when and where you are, because how can you know that, when that which is you and the formlessness of non-duality cannot differ from each other, as what is formless is endless, so there is no more than that.

The foolish one cannot separate good and bad or right from wrong. All is symbols of that which is life, and therefore all have the same cause – including you and him. So when he can see all is symbols of that which is life so can you, because life is that which you are a symbol of in the world.

The foolish one cannot separate good and bad or right from wrong. Everything definable is perceived as symbols of non-duality, and therefore – despite their apparent difference – the same. This included you and Alexius, of course. When he can see it, so can you, because you are both a symbol of the very same.

You do not need the help from Alexius or anybody else to not know what and where you are. Nor is your own help required, because you do not know what and where you are. You may act like you do so that it seems you are amongst the wise ones, who know the truth.

But as that which is you is no different from non-duality, and as it takes more than one to know something and non-duality is that which is one, knowledge is nothing but fiction made up to cover, that you do not know what and where you are and feel foolish that this is so.

A world of duality consists of contrast – some of the main ones being good versus bad and right versus wrong – so if you do not know right from wrong the belief in being someone definitive in a world of duality cannot survive.

To stop hiding you are a foolish and just like Alexius do not know, what and where you are, what truth is, or how to separate good from bad, it may be helpful to read Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, where you are not instructed to follow specific steps in order to improve yourself and/or the world but to foolishly forget what and where you believe to be.

Be aware though that being foolish like that is only for those, who have no obligations in a world of duality – children, for instance. No worries! If you have responsibilities you devote yourself to them by being fully involved in whatever is called for – and so you are on the same track as the foolish one, who knows not much about form but about content, which is that the illusion of form can only be experienced, because of that which is formless, as it is endless and therefore everything.

Where is the key to that which is you? It is not in the body, neither the personality. You say my body, my personality, my mind, my soul, my god. You are the key!

You do not need a teacher to find the key to that which is you. You have the key. Metaphorically speaking it is in your pocket and you will automatically look there, when you want to go home to that which is you. It may be helpful though to read this blog, so you do not follow the naive beliefs of the world of love and whatnot but know where to not look for the key.

No one can teach you to be that which is you
It is not possible to learn to be that which is you because there is no difference between that which is you and that which is one and it takes more than one to learn or be anything. If you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, you have forgotten, there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one. No problem. This forgetfulness can be compared to not remember that your key is in the pocket. It changes nothing. Your home is just the same, and you need no teacher to tell you where the key is. When you want to go home, you automatically check your pockets.

You have the key. In fact you are the key, but if you think you are a person in the world, you will look for it, where it is not, as it is not in the world but in the one imagining it. The imagination includes astral planes and anything conceivable.

You have the key to that which is you. Actually, you are the key. Believing to be a person in the world, however, you will look for it, where it is not, as it is not in a world of duality but in that which makes it possible to imagine such a world.

To not confuse part of duality with non-duality, it may be helpful to read Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, so you do not look for the key, where it is not. Nothing in a world of duality, though – including ego and whatnot – is a hindrance for finding the key to that which is you, when your appearance there is perceived as if it is

Implementing one of these ways of perceiving a world of duality, you become inclusive, and as duality is not inclusive, the separation that it is based on is slowly but surely excluded from your perception in the sense that the apparent differences in a world of duality no longer seems to make a difference. So although you appear to be there, you are not.

But if the purpose of implementing the duality hacks is to have something, peace for example, it will not last, because nowhere else than in a world of duality does it seem possible to get something, and everything in such a world has an end. Neither will anything last if the purpose of implementing the duality hacks is to return to non-duality, because there is nothing there but that which is one, and it takes more than one to have something at all.

Everything that appears to be more than one is an illusion

PART 1:
Life is the formlessness of that which is one, and as formlessness has no dimension everything dimensional is lifeless. Well, it does is not there at all, because what is formless is endless, so there is no more than that which is one. In other words, if you are experiencing a dimensional world where there seems to be more than one, you are hallucinating.

The oneness of life can be compared to the one line in the above animation, and a world defined by time and space to the tree, that it seems to create.

But there is no tree. It is an illusion. If you look closer, you will see, everything in the tree are fragments of one line, that are added together in such a way, that they appear to be different and not just the same line.

That everything appearing not to be one is an illusion does not mean, that you should look at everything a world defined by time and space as one. As long as you yourself appear to be what you are not, namely someone who differs from others in a world defined by time and space, it would be an illusion to look at such a world as it is the formlessness of that which is one.

A world defined by time and space is a world of separation and since you appear to be there, you have chosen to be separated. Yet this choice confirms the oneness it denies because without it you could not separate from it, so everything that appears to be separated from that which is one is a symbol of it.

If you want to undo, what is not one, you acknowledge the separation, you seem to be part of, but instead of relating to everything as it differs from each other you relate to everything as different symbols of the same, namely that which is one. The more you perceive what seems separated from that which is one as symbols of it, the more you are having the belief in being separated from that which is one undone.

Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings also suggest hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation, as a remedy to have what is not one undone. The more you pretend to be someone definitive instead of believing to be one, the more this belief is undone, because what you pretend to be you are not.

Some think, they can escape the sense of separation and be in a mix of the world and something spiritual by hugging a so-called spiritual teacher, by chanting, giving unconditional love or similar childish ideas. The idea is in itself a contradiction, as spirit is formless and the world is form. One exclude the other. Besides adding two things together does not make one, and it is only in the world of separation, that it seems two things can be merged. There is nothing to merge in oneness.

Some think they can escape the pain of separation by fusing a world defined by time and space with what they consider to be spiritual by hugging a so-called spiritual teacher, or by chanting, giving unconditional love or similar spaced out ideas. As spirit is formless and the world is nothing but form, they cannot be fused. One excludes the other. Besides adding two things together does not make them one. It is only in the world of separation, it seems that two things can be merged. There is nothing to merge in the formlessness of oneness, as there is no more than that which is one.

Whatever you choose makes no difference, as long as the purpose is to undo the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Unfortunately, most so-called spiritual ways do not have this purpose. Instead, the purpose most often is to make it bearable appearing to be and have more than that which is one, so it seems you can uphold your belief in separation and still be at peace. Such ways are not undoing the belief in what is not one but enhancing it in order to hide that which is one behind gibberish talk of bliss, stillness and other things that requires more than one to experience.

That which is life is flat compared to a world defined by time and space, as you can read in the previous article One is one, and one is all there is. As flatness has no dimensions life is so small that it has no form. And as formlessness is endless, there is no more than life. Hence a world defined by time and space is not real, but just like a dream an abstraction of that which is. This illusion is only possible because of reality.

In Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings the words non-duality, life, reality, one perpetual present, spirit, one and oneness, in general, are different words for the same, namely that which is formless and has no beginning and end. In other words, that which is. Those words are limited – they have a beginning and an end like everything else in the world – so they cannot really tell what non-duality, life, reality, one perpetual present, spirit, one and oneness is, but they can point towards it.

The bigger it is the more you believe it must be real, but it is the other way around. That which is real, namely life, has no size at all.

In a world defined by time and space most are looking for something bigger and/or better, but what the above words symbolise is neither bigger or better. It is that which is formless, and therefore not in a world defined by time and space, which therefore is lifeless, so if you seem to see such a world, you must be dreaming.

after-watching-a-scary-movie_1140There only seems to be life in the illusionary world of a movie, because it appears to have an effect on someone. You are someone, that have chosen to be an effect of an illusion.

A dream only appears to be there because of the dreamer. Yet the dream is not the dreamer. Likewise, the world only seems to be there because of life, though the world is not that which is life.

The movie you are watching, while wearing 3-D glasses, is not in 3-D. It is a trick. The movie is actually flat. And the world, that you seem to see in 3D from day-to-day, is not dimensional. Even physically speaking it is not so. It is a fabrication made up by the brain.

Ultimately speaking you do not see the world at all, because only that which is one is real, and it takes more than one to see something, so everything that can be seen is not real. In other words, neither you or the world is real. It is a trick. All there is, is one perpetual present.

Be aware, that the above explanations are metaphors used to explain, what cannot be explained. The world is not a dream, but to be compared to a dream. If the world was a dream, there would be someone dreaming about it, and no one is dreaming it. The same applies to the movie metaphor. The world is not a movie, but to be compared to a movie.

Once upon a time Alexius often went for a cup of coffee and to chill out in a restaurant that seemed to fit into the image, he had fabricated of a cosy place. One day, however, he hated the very same things, he used to love the place for.

A relationship can be a bit the same. The exact things that you originally felt attracted to in another person may one day start to irritate you. The heart cannot be trusted. It is only loyal until it sees something better. Then it starts hating what it used to love and wants to replace it with something better or purer. The heart is flimsy and so is the whole experience of being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. It is not founded on reality but on how you think reality should be – and such a foundation is not sound.

It is the brain, that fabricate the images, you seem to ´see´. Actually, the brain can produce perfect images of what seems to be a realistic world out there, even when your eyes are closed. In other words, you are deceived by the brain – but only because you want to.

In every moment since you were born, you have seen the world upside down. That is the way, the reflections of light reaching the eyes, are received. And not before this upside-down image has been corrected by the brain into the collectively agreed image of the world, do you ´see´ the world in the way we all have agreed upon it should look.

This correction goes on all the time along together with so many other corrections. For instance, you do not consider the earth to be flat, although it certainly is experienced like that when you look into the horizon.

To make long short: Every experience – no matter if you call it direct or whatever – is a deception, that needs to be corrected. The experience of a substantial world that is produced in the brain with the help of the outer senses is a lie because there is nothing but empty space.

If you look for a deeper understanding or to dig deeper into the matter of something, you are enhancing the belief in a world defined by time and space and therefore fencing off the formlessness of life, since formlessness is flat as can be.

Fortunately, all experiences are corrected in one fell swoop, when the belief that you are a someone definitive is undone because then there is nobody to experience anything.

Fear is just a four letter word

Feelings confirm you as a living being within a capsule of time and space. It is fearful though to be stuck in a capsule, and if you also fear leaving it, you will look for lasting happiness there, but never find it, as time and space is an illusion built on the idea, there must be more than that which is formless and non-tangible.

Sometimes the weather is rainy and at other times sunny. Though thoughts of rain may seem heavier than those of sunshine all kinds of thoughts are fleeting, so the apparent heaviness of specific thoughts will not remain. That is if you have no need to feel the world.

If you want to experience yourself as a real person in a real world, you need to feel it, so in this context heavy thoughts are preferable – especially if they are justified by something.

By concluding that the thoughts, you seemed to have while it was raining, was caused by the rain, you project them onto something perceived as a substance, and that rubs off on the thoughts regarding the rain. They seem to become a substance you can feel – and feeling the rain, you know the world has done something to you. Hence the conclusion seems to be that you and the world must be real.

Although the feeling that is produced when the body is touched, is nothing but a construction of thoughts compiled in the brain, you believe this proves the body to be real and hence that you exist as someone definitive.

Whatever thoughts are passing by regarding the rain, if you use them to justify something in relation to the rain, they will turn into feelings, and they will be painful in one way or the other.

To make the feeling of being someone who is getting wet from rain even more substantial, you may search your memory for a similar event. Let us say, you remember how you stumbled and broke your leg one rainy day in the past. The thoughts of anger that passed by that day, you did not like, so you excluded them from what you experienced to be you by justifying the authorities who had not put up a warning sign about the slippery road. Read more about excluding thoughts and feelings by defending them with the world in hack #3 Not being exclusive but inclusive.

The conversion of thoughts into feelings
Remembering the essence of this past event, namely that you are a victim of sources outside of yourself, will help you to justify your thoughts in the present with something outside of you that seems to be substantial, so that thoughts about it turn into a more tangible form. And as the past feeling of anger was justified by the authorities, whom you blamed for having caused your broken leg, the present emotion is not felt but rather conceptualised by judging it to be something unpleasant caused by somebody else.

Being a victim of bad things outside of yourself you can define yourself as good and others as bad. Some do it the other way around, but that does not matter. What matters is, that you are defined as someone specific because then you are someone definitive in a real world, that can be felt like a substantial body and feeling it seems to confirm, your existence, although it is nothing but a construction of thoughts. This also applies also to feelings of love and whatnot.

To make long short, in the context of the above story of a broken leg you have stored feelings of sadness in your leg, and you have a short fuse regarding authorities, whom you blame for this. So because of how you have chosen to perceive the past, even a light shower or a mild reprimand may trigger the old feelings stored in your legs. It hurts, but it is also comforting, as feelings confirm you are alive.

Feeling the world may sometimes seem so intense and real, that you look for ways to lessen feelings you do not like with alcohol, meditation, prayer, chanting, food, television, shopping and whatnot.

The purpose, however, is still to feel that you exist, and in this you can never succeed, because it takes more than one to exist and there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless.

Your identification depends on feelings. Without them you do not seem to exist, so even if you consult a healer, you do not want to be healed, because without feelings you cannot experience yourself to be someone definitive. You only want the feelings of discomfort to hurt less or cause fewer problems. See also the article That which is faster than the speed of light.

The deconstruction of thoughts
No healing can help you as long as you want to remain a person in the world – and as long as you seem to be in the world, you want to be a person. That is why you appear to be there. Fortunately, there are ways to hack this where you can have your cake and eat it too.

Some suggest forgiveness as a way to deal with the world. Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings have several other hacks to deal with the world and at the same time undo the belief in it, for example pretending to be someone definitive in the world instead of believing to be a person there (hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive) – or to perceive everything as symbols as that which is life (hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life).

Anyway out of an illusion is an illusion so whatever way out of it that seems beneficial to you can be used to undo this illusion. Best to follow a way though, of one who knows, it is an illusion, since you are not going anywhere, as that which is you is no different from that which is one, and it takes more than one to go somewhere. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Thoughts are fleeting, so to think you are someone definitive is not painful, but to project this thought onto a body in order to feel as if you exist is very painful, because feelings have an end, and so you know what you appear is gonna end.

These ways make it more comfortable to appear as if you are someone definitive, while the thought system behind the belief that it is possible to be someone at all is being undone. None of those ways though are the right way, because there is no way. If there were, the world would be real and not an illusion, so while you appear to be in this illusion, it makes no difference what way you choose or if you any.

Although fear is not comfortable, it will always makes you feel as if you are alive. But it is someone who has no life, who needs to feel it. That which is life cannot be felt, because there is nothing else than that, and so there is no way to feel it. No worries. That which is life is content by being everything.

To perceive everything as symbols of that which is life ((hack #2.1-2 To see symbols of life in the world and Everything experienced is a symbol of life) may be the fastest way. But then again time is an illusion.

Nevertheless, this hack includes forgiveness, which is the favourite hack of A Course in Miracles, and all the duality hacks of Alexius, as they of course also symbolise that which is life. That is except the enlightenment of that which is one (see hack #5-7.2 The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be found in a world where there seems to be more than one, but glimpses of it can), as that which is one is life.

There is nothing to learn in the world, because just like in a dream you are not there.

This hack is so easy to implement because forgetting to do it is just another symbol of that which is life, so you do not have to be a good student. A lousy student is also a symbol of that which is life. You do not even need a teacher, because there is nothing to learn or accomplish.

You do need to follow something that is not perceived to be of your own and in your own speed because only what is not real has something of its own.

APPENDIX:
Love is not something we are born with. It is a state of mind, that we have learned to fabricate by bringing flowers or whatever we imagine is perceived as love. But fear is what we are born with because it is frightening to appear as if you are someone definitive in a capsule of time and space.

The idea of love, however, is an enhancement of fear, because, for love to appear, there needs to be more than one, and when there is more than one there is separation, which is scaring. The same applies to be spiritual – or being something at all.

A world where there seems to be more than one is an abstraction of that which is one, and as that which is you is not an abstraction but that which is one, you are not in such a world.

That which is one is not in a world where there seems to be more than one
There is no spiritual journey in a world where there seems to be more than one, even though such a world can only be experienced because of spirituality – just like that even though your electronic media is what makes it possible to read this, it is not in what you read. Actually, it appears to be hidden by this article like that which is one appears to be hidden by your experience of a world where there seems to be more than one.

The experience of such a world is based on the imagination, that it is possible to separate oneness into bits and pieces defined by time and space. What needs to be imagined though is not real, so the imagination of a world encapsulated by time and space is dismissed the moment it is conceived.

In other words: There is no solution to fear because there is no definable world and never was. The moment you accept that, you do not know of fear as something you feel. This applies to love or any other feeling as well. This is not something you choose to accept, because choosing is based on the idea that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Neither is it something you let happen, as that is based on the belief in being someone definitive.

When you just do not give a shit and could not care less about what and where you appear to be there, the world does not seem to have a hold on you anymore. Well as it does not exist, it never had. It is you who hold onto your idea of a world encapsulated by time and space. Just like it is you, who identify yourself with the world of a movie. But the world in the movie does not exist, and what does not exist cannot empower you – unless you take part in it, as if it is real.

Meditation is a con trick conducted by the rogue consciousness of the self

Whether your eyes are open or not, whatever you experience is a symbol of that which is life. If that is not what you see, meditation will not change that. On the contrary, it will confirm the belief that there are good and bad things to experience.

To experience something, there must be more than one. Consequently, any experience in meditation is a maintenance and not an escape of duality. No worries. You do not need to escape duality. That which is you is not there. It is not possible – just like within the context of duality you are not in the greens of this image, though you may pretend to be ´there´*. PART 1:
Traditional eastern meditation, as it is carried out all over the world, seems to be all about emptying the mind for thoughts, whereas the western meditation founded on Christianity seems to be about filling it with ideas of god.

Both the experience of emptying or filling the mind is a construction of thoughts.

The mind though is not a fact, but a construction of thoughts, that you have chosen to believe is real. So whether subtracting from this belief or adding to it, the result is just another belief.

To think that you can stop thoughts is an imagination based on the belief, that you are someone definitive – if you did not believe this, there would be no thoughts to stop, as there would be nobody thinking them …

If you do not believe thoughts to be yours, you cannot appear to be someone specific in a world of duality, so without them, you could not meditate. In other words, meditation is a multiplication of thoughts.

Who but the very dirty, needs to meditate every day to purify themselves. I do not even wash my clothes daily. Why should I clean them, when they are not dirty?

It is a con trick conducted by the rogue consciousness of the self (read more about the rogue consciousness of the self here), that meditation will purify, change or transform you. In the disguise of a do-gooder – sometimes called a guru – it promises you, that thoughts will disappear when you meditate so that there is nothing to disturb you from being at peace. Still, most have the opposite experience, namely that there appear to be more thoughts when they start meditating (read more about that here). If they dare to complain about it, they are in a patronising way told that this is part of the healing process.

Anything that involves more than one is an illusion, so the same applies to Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. In other words, they are not different from anything else in a world where there seems to be more than one, except if they are useful for you in regards to exposing the illusion of such a world.

There is, however, nothing to heal but the sick belief that it is possible to be and have more than the formlessness of that which is one.

Meditation does not give you lasting peace or transform you into a higher state of being, and the teacher of meditation has not something, that you do not have yourself. You need no help, because all what is needed is that which makes it possible to experience a the world where there seems to be more than one, namely that which is one, and everybody has that.

What to conclude? Not much really, maybe to say that thoughts have no power unless you use them to prove you are someone specific because doing so you become a victim of them. Meditation, however, will not change that. On the contrary, mediation will enhance the belief, that you are someone specific because the reason you meditate is to fix the problems resulting from believing to be someone definitive.

There is no problem, but the belief in being someone specific.

So if anything should be stopped, it is the belief, that thoughts are yours. They only seem so, because you are holding onto them as if they are in you and therefore are you, and consequently appear to prove your existence as someone in the world. The same purpose is also the behind the idea of stopping them, except that in this case it is not about your existence as someone in the world, but about becoming someone different from it, namely a so-called spiritual person.

That which is you is not someone definitive but the formlessness of that which is one. And as formlessness is endless and therefore everything, so is you. Consequently it is not possible to become centred, higher or anything else.

But to make long short, there is nothing to be or become, as that requires more than one and there is no more than that which is one.

PART 2:
Thoughts are only disturbing when you believe they are yours. And this you only believe, because they apparently can be used to prove, you are someone special and important. But if there is no need to be that, there is nobody to impress and nothing to search for.

Consequently, there is no sense in constructing anything specific out of thoughts, so they are not bid welcome. Hence they do not appear to be disturbing or to cause noise. In other words, thoughts do not need to be stopped or transformed via meditation, chanting and whatnot in order to have peace of mind.

Please do not turn the above into one more thing, that you must try to be. Firstly, not caring about thoughts is not a state of being but rather of not-knowing. Secondly, in a world of duality it is not possible to always go around in such a state, as without knowing the contrasts of duality, there is no world to experience. You cannot experience what is up, for example, if you do not know what is down**. Therefore the state of not-knowing, which is called a perfect moment in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, is on and off.

In other words, as a world of duality is make-believe, you cannot continuously appear to be in such a world without believing in something. Generally, you, therefore, stick to the belief that you are someone definitive. Nevertheless, you can choose to change this belief into another belief, namely that you pretend to be someone definitive. This allows you to believe in something, which is necessary to appear as if you are someone in a make-believe world, while at the same time having this belief undone since what you pretend to be, you are not.*

When the belief in being someone definitive is completely undone, there is nobody to experience a world of duality, so nothing appears to hide there never was and never will be anything else than non-duality since it is formless and therefore endless.

EPILOGUE:
Those into meditation would be better off switching to SSRIs or beta blockers and use the time saved to explore the world where they believe to be because doing that, they honour the choice of believing this. Thus they are able to correct it.

If you meditate to find peace inside yourself, you believe there is a difference between inside and outside. Hence you confirm that which seems to hide peace, namely separation.

The correction does not come from having insights, peace, power, being deeper or any other bullshit, that enhances the belief in being someone definitive, but from having nothing. That is the correction.

This does not mean you cannot have a house, for example, while you appear to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, but that it is not perceived to be yours since you do not believe that you are there. It is just something you pretend to be.*


Though the difference between for example up and down is sensed in a perfect moment, it is not perceived to make a difference. This applies to any other contrast sensed. As nothing lasts in a world of duality neither does a perfect moment, so it is on and off moments of not-knowing. That is until you do not care about what and where you appear to be at all because that is an invitation for the enlightenment of that which is one to erase all experiences of duality. PART 1:
Thoughts are not, what they seem to be. They are rather movements of frequencies, that have no meaning at all. If you have not spent time learning how to translate these frequencies into something that can be felt as if it has a substance, you could not perceive yourself to be someone definitive in a world defined by time and space. In other words, without translating meaningless frequencies into thoughts, that seems to have a meaning, the world as you believe it to be would not appear to be there.

It is only due to certain translations that frequencies can be perceived as if they are separated thoughts with each their own meaning and importance – including the idea of you as someone with your own thoughts and feelings separated from what you perceive to be outside of you. But there is no outside, neither inside because there is no nobody there. It is all fabricated ´facts´ based on specific translations of meaningless frequencies.

In my native language Danish a rooster says: Kykliky.
In Hindi: Kuk-rook-koo.
In German: Kikerikie.
In Tagalog: Tik-tila-ok
In French: Cocoricooooo
In Swedish: Kuckeliku
In the East-End vernacular: Kay-Eff-See.
In Spain, where I appear to be nowadays it says: Kiri-kiri-ki. But I still hear Kykliky, as that is what I am conditioned to from my native country Denmark.

The symbol of death in china is white, and in the western world it is black. Death is the same in China as in the western world, but different cultures fabricate different interpretations of it. And often they fight about which fabricated ´reality´ is the right one.

Lost in translation
If we had not learned to interpret the letters in this article to represent the English language, they would have seemed just as meaningless as the sound from a construction building, a rooster or any unlearned language. Actually, even though we have learned a language, we cannot hear or see it. Ears do not hear, just like eyes – they translate. What we think, hear and see are meaningless frequencies until they are translated in our brain based on our present mood and past conditioning. See also Where to find the bliss of ´the empty breath´.

There is no conclusion to this. That would just be another fabrication. And so is trying to stop thoughts, thinking positive, changing the world and whatnot. Thoughts or no thoughts, positive or negative, change or not – it is all a make-believe.

Those who have heard gurus asked foolish questions like ´who am I?´ may ask, who is it that read this article. If this can be answered they cannot be an illusion. And that is why they ask this question. They want to feel as if they are real, but that is not possible, because reality is that which is one, and it requires more than one to feel or know something. That is why there is no answer to questions like that.

What you pretend to be you are not
That being said, you are free to choose any imagination and appear in the world accordingly. However, pretending to be ´there´ is all you can do in a world defined by time and space. Just like in the context of such a world, you cannot be in the world of for example Monopoly. You can only pretend to be ´there´.

If you have forgotten, that which is you is not different from that which is one, you will remember it by pretending to be someone definitive in a world defined by time and space, because what you pretend to be you are not.

Not so many years ago the assumption was I think therefore I am. Nowadays it has changed to I likes therefore I am.

PART 2:
I think therefore I am
is a famous sentence by Descartes, that seems to indicate, thoughts reveals what you are. Nowadays, however, this idea is about to be replaced with I likes therefore I am, as what you likes on Facebook determines what you appear to be in the world of Facebook.

The thoughts that are expressed on Facebook are in general well-chosen so that they seem to reflect you as an interesting person. The same applies to likes. Thoughts and likes are meant to construct a personality as if you are an autonomous being, that decides what and where you are.

But in the case of likes, it is nothing but the algorithm of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and whatnot, that decides what you are. Based on your likes machines will determine your personality and automatically post advertisements directed especially to this personality. If you believe what they reflect, you appear to be a real person. The same applies if you fight this reflection.

Beliefs are only possible in a world, where there appear to be more than one, as you need more than one thought to believe a thought to be real.

The birds are make-believe. They are not there. Neither is the girl who seems to believe it and you watching it. Ultimately speaking it is all make-believe. The image is grabbed from cyberspace.

It is all a matter of belief. Neither likes or thoughts have any effect if you do not believe them to be important. The appearance of you in the world only seems to be real, because you want to believe that thoughts and/or likes mean something important. Without this belief, the world, the person you appear to be will fall apart, and only what needs not to be believed, namely that which is one is left ´standing´.

Nothing to escape

That you appear to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is your choice. This does not mean you can change anything in such a world. Yet you can change the choice of being there – or rather believing to be there. And as what you appear to be is the choice, the way to undo it is not to choose.** Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
Those chanting and/or repeating a mantra seems just as far away from the present moment as alcoholics and drug addicts. Though their use of tools is different, the purpose is the same, namely to escape the moment as it is and manipulate it into a state of happiness until they are so full of it that their (self)hatred seems forgotten.

You cannot be aware of happiness though without also being aware of its contrast sadness, so the two feelings replace each other all the time.*

In the formlessness of that which is one, there is no sadness to escape from, because it takes more than one to be sad. Besides formlessness is endless, so there is nowhere to escape, unless you believe to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

But as they want happiness to stay, they consume more alcohol, do more chanting or more repetition of mantras until they doze off, assuming that sleeping all over again and again until they can sleep no more will make the fear of sadness go away. In short, they mistake heaven for being asleep.

Closing your eyes, however, will not magically transfer you to heaven. But if the world where you appear to be instead is perceived with eyes wide open, you can see what and where you have chosen to be and change that choice, if you do not like what you see.**

This is not meant to say, that you can choose to change yourself and/or the world where you appear to be, but that you can choose to have the belief that you are someone there undone.

PART 2:
As said in the above drinking alcohol, chanting or meditating is just the same. This is not to say though, that there is something else, that is better to do since no matter what you choose to do, you can only do so because you believe to be a doer. And being someone is the root of all problems.

This the none-doer senses, whereas the doer thinks, it will make a difference whether one chooses to chant, spread love, change the political system or whatnot. But it does not matter. Just like it does not matter what colour of car you choose in a game like Monopoly since it is not a car but just a symbol of it.

There is only room for one perception in the none-doer, namely to see everything as symbols of that which is one, and so everything in a world where there seems to be more than one ceases to have other meaning that being a symbol – no matter if the symbol has the colour of love or hate.***

While the non-doer still appears to have a body, the non-doer is free to do, what seems doable, because there is no one doing it.

In other words, when everything you seem to do is perceived as a symbol of that which is one, what you accomplish is nothing but another symbol of oneness, which means nothing has been done. You are a non-doer.

Everything in the world – whether it appears to be so-called spiritual or not – can be compared to a radio. Whatever a radio seems to send out into it is not produced by it. It just broadcast what it receives. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 3:
That Alexius never think does not mean, there are no thoughts inside his head. There are lots of them. But they are not his – just like the songs coming out of a radio does not belong to it.

Every appearance, whether it is perceived to be so-called spiritual or mundane, can be compared to a radio. There is nobody inside, that produces what seems to come out of it.

There is nobody inside a radio. It simply repeats what it receives. The same applies to Alexius – and what appears to be you, though it may not be your experience. In the context of the radio metaphor you probably assume, you are inside the radio, and that it is you who broadcast what is coming out of it. That is why, you never feel complete, because there is nobody there.

No matter what songs are coming out of a radio, the singer of the songs is not inside of it – neither is the singer singing the songs now. That was done long time ago.

A broadcast like this one may produce a broadcast from another radio saying, ´who is making the signals that the radio receives´. For those looking to be somebody definitive, a question like this seems to imply, there is a self to be found somewhere. But broadcasting, for example, a sentence like ´is there life on the Moon?´, does not prove there is life on the moon.

To make long short, there is no meaning to be found in any broadcast, neither Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. If there were, a world where there seems to be more than one would be meaningful. And how can it be meaningful, when there is no more than that which is one.
