In a world of duality, there is no compassion without brutality

yWith eyes closed, you may still see images of the world because the brain does not need information from your sensory system to produce them. This is just something it claims to distract you from realising, that it has created all your experiences of something from out of nothing (read more about that here). That includes the experiences perceived to be spiritual and those implying you are someone definitive. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Since it requires more than one to have a shape, oneness is formless and therefore endless. And since it also calls for more than one to experience something and there is no more than that which is one, the awareness of something is an illusion. This hallucination, however, seems to become real when oneness is imagined being split into two, an observer and the observed, as they appear to confirm the existence of each other. Hence the observer concludes that it must go on separating to be alive.

But doing so destroys the pairs of opposites that oneness originally was split into, so each side could define the other, and their interaction would produce a full experience of duality. Hate, for example, was paired with love to define the experience of that. When the link is broken, however, there is no hate to define love, wherefore it feels incomplete.

That is why the observer presses on to find real love until it realises, that hate and love are two sides of the same coin, so you cannot have one without the other. Nor can you have peace without a fight, relief without an ache, action without inaction, perfection without imperfection, and so on. As love, therefore, cannot be felt without hate, you deceive yourself if you claim to only feel love. It is a mental concept you have plugged into by thinking about hugging, for example, and holding on to the thoughts that confirm a theoretical idea of pure love. Fortunately, you do not need to understand the nature of duality, if you want to undo the belief that separation is possible. On the contrary, since it requires more than one to understand something, it is not knowing what and where you are, that undoes this belief.

All the duality hacks take you back one second in linear time to the nothingness from where the brain has fabricated your present experience. In this case, that you are someone definitive who now reads, it took the brain one second to invent this experience from out of nothing (read more about that here). Being empty, though, you are in the bliss of non-being. Thus the experience is not perceived to be something.

You cannot bid welcome the enlihtenment of that which is one when you want to exist because it takes more than one to be alive. This does not mean you need to die. That also calls for more than one.

If you remain in this state of not-knowing for more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, the enlightenment of that which is one set in. Read more about that in hack #5-7.1 From the inner senses through a black hole into that which is one. The enlightenment of that which is one does not alter or transform anything, as that requires more than one. Instead, it wipes out everything that calls for more than one. Hence there is nobody to be aware of a fantasy about somebody in a world where there seems to be more than one, and, therefore, not somebody who appears to hide, there is nothing but the formlessness of oneness.

Leaving a state of not-knowing before the enlightenment of that which is one set in, you return to the fantasy of being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one with the slate wiped clean. Read more about that in hack #4.2 The basic self versus the special one.

Thus you start from the ground up, moving very slowly as if you practise qigong. Unlike that, however, your stretching has no other purpose than to fine-tune the body as a tool for the experience of duality. This dedication to duality is also why you do not attempt to pull apart the pairs making up the experience of it but comply with their synergy to get the full experience of duality. The collaboration of love and hate, for example, fix you up with the complete experience of a relationship.

If memories from your childhood is the basis for your perception of a movie you watch as a grown-up, you are out of sync with its plot. It, therefore, seems to make you frustrated rather than entertained. Fortunately, this is corrected right away if you perceive the plot, or your judgment of it, as it is what it is.

This perception makes the plot amusing no matter how it evolves because you are in sync with the itt as it is and not as what you think it is. Likewise, when the script of the brain is perceived as it is what it is. Read more about that in hack #4.2 The basic self versus the special one.

Like a movie, the experience of polarity unfolds as scripted by the director. Since that is not you, there is nothing you can change but your perception of it. When that is in sync with the script as it is, which it automatically is when the slate has been wiped clean, the director of the script, namely the brain, rewards you with shots of happiness for supporting it. Eventually, this makes you so relaxed that you have no more to ask for. Hence the belief in being and having more than that which is one has been undone while you had fun experiencing more than one.

All experiences, including those perceived to be spiritual, are bogus because it takes more than one to be conscious of something and there is no more than that which is one. The same, of course, applies to this or any other explanation in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. None of them are true.

Nor the explanation about imagining oneness being split in two. Since it is impossible, there is nothing to undo but the belief that separation is possible. That is why Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings gladly confirm, they are nothing, and, therefore, do not have something to enhance the belief in separation, so it is phased out the more you read them.

COVID-19 and other symptoms of the belief in being someone definitive

The duality hacks do not heal the body. They sync you with the moment as it is, so you feel happy and thus, in a relaxed way, can assist the body in the best possible way. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The purpose of the duality hacks is not to save you from Coronavirus (COVID-19) or any other problem of the body but from the sick belief that you are in it. Nevertheless, they take the edge off the fear that physical issues seem to cause because they undo the belief that you are somebody. Hence there is nobody to panic.

To have this belief undone, you do not have to hold back negative thoughts (see Positive thinking is bullshit) via meditation or any other means of controlling or restraining yourself. On the contrary. The uncontrolled speed of thoughts brings you into the bliss of nothing (hack #5.2 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing). Here the slate is wiped clean for perceptions about how things should be. Hence you are restored with a perception in sync with the moment as it is. (hack #4.2 The basic self versus the special one). As nothing, therefore, is perceived to be missing or wrong, you feel complete.

Like a virus, a self in sync with the moment as it is does not have goals, needs or desires. Unlike a virus, however, it has a brain. But having no specific goal, there is no attempt to control the brain, which, therefore, is not hold back from injecting the self with shots of happiness. Consequently, you, in an untroubled manner, naturally assist your body as well as others in the best possible way (hack #4.3 To be a basic self is to be good enough). In regard to COVID-19, this, at the time being, seems to be regular hand washing and social distancing.

Pretending to be someone definitibe, no conditioned belief stands in the way of enjoying the moment as it is.

Continuously reading Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, one or more duality hacks apply themselves so you can enjoy the belief in being someone definitive while slowly but surely having it undone. It could be hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation, that applies itself while reading so that you stop believing you are scared of Coronavirus. Instead, it is something you pretend to be – as you are used to doing in a game. And since you are not what you pretend to be, nobody is panicking. Hence there is plenty of energy to assist the body in the best possible way. 

Be aware though, you cannot pretend to be scared if you suppress it. You must feel it to pretend it, and thus not being it.

What sort of external music resembles the internal one

If you are used to the ethereal music, that the inner senses reveal when the outer ones are partly turned off, memories of these harmonies can be triggered when listening to external music from artists like Charalambides. Mozart might have gotten the inspiration for his compositions from hearing ethereal music inside of him. This is not to say that his music sounds exactly like that. Instead, it is to say that the flow of his music resembles the effortless elegance and beauty of ethereal harmonies originating from the inside when the outer senses are more or less closed. That is except when Mozart wants does not want to impress the audience by adding more action to the compositions than the natural flow of it calls for because ethereal harmonies never built up to a peak.

Church bells and similar sounds that do not add up to something specific, resemble inner ethereal music. Not the monotonic pattern of repetition though like in for example church bells because ethereal music is the music of chaotic harmonies.

Contemporary electronic music that consists of glitches and other sonic artefacts spaced out or slowed played steel guitar, analogue or synth sounds mixed with for example piano loops, chimes and bells into ambient textures in very long tracks, that seem to be without beginning or end, have much resemblance to the ethereal music revealed by the inner senses in the organic way it appears to move on without going nowhere. The electronic music though has a lot harder edge to it and a less transparent sound than inner music, which has a crystal clear but distant sound to it with no sonic artefacts needed to produce the ethereal harmonies.

The kind of new-age music, that are dreamy symphonies of otherworldly states – Karunesh and Marsen Jules, for example – does not resemble ethereal music, but the new-age ideas of us all wakening up in a merry-go-round world, where everything is always right, which of course is an illusion because something cannot be right without something being wrong.

Ethereal music is not a dream about something better, neither is it symphonic or anything that suggests else a sequence of something happening in time, whether that is to wake up or whatnot. And it is definitely not otherworldly, as it is echoes of that which is one and there is no other world than that since it is formless and therefore endless.

In a world where there seems to be more than one, however, the random sounds making up ethereal music most likely is remembered as if they fit together like in a symphony because there is a sense of bliss or stillness from these random harmonies united in one perpetual present.

Appearing in the world with eyes and ears wide open, it is evident that all experiences are deceptions, so Alexius see no sense in meditating or do anything else to experience higher states of mind. If he wants to relax from appearing in the world of the outer senses, he shuts them down by not following the urge to get excited from specific experiences. In other words, when not trying to escape boredom by finding something to get excited about, the world of the inner senses opens up.

When he appears to be in the world of the outer senses, he deals with it by letting the outer senses do the navigation, because the inner ones are hopeless in regard to that. But they are great with regard to how perceiving it. In the case of Alexius, he does not listen much to external music resembling internal music. In general, he prefers mundane music when dealing with the world of the outer senses.

Where do the hacks of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings come from

The way to hear or feel the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises as described in the previous article Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment and especially in Life has no secrets is deduced from Alexius´ experience of hearing and feeling it. Not that he originally heard or felt this echo of oneness with the help of Aum or Sohang. It was simply given to him in his youth via his devotion to serving.

But it was not before much later he realised, that hearing or feeling this echo of oneness is what those constantly chanting Aum or Sohang are looking for but never get, as they have expectations of something very special. Yet having recognised it himself, it was not a problem to deduce a fast way of hearing or feeling the unpronounceable vibration that Aum or Sohang symbolises.

The way to connect with the empty breath is deduced from Alexius´ approach of it. Again he did not originally connect with it in the way Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings advise you to do – see the links in the below box. The connection was just given to him. Maybe so that he could deduce a way for you to connect with it as well.

The ways to have inner experiences of light, music and nectar as described in the previous article Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment, Alexius heard about in his youth, but most likely the speaker just had second-hand knowledge about these glimpses of enlightenment, as he mainly referred to ancient scriptures, where they obviously have been mentioned in various ways.

As Alexius has not read ancient scriptures or so-called spiritual books his enlightened non-teachings are not based on an existing religion or philosophy, neither are they meant to be a new religion or philosophy but to undo the belief such concepts as well as anything else.

A guru, which means a teacher, is always deeply founded in the belief of being someone special in a world, where there seems to be more than one, because it requires more than one to teach somebody. In other words, a guru is no different from anybody else profiting on the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

Guru is a Hindi word for teacher, and as such they deeply founded in the belief of being in a world where there seems to be more than one, as it requires more than one to teach something to somebody. Anyhow Alexius soon stepped totally aside, so there was nothing to block out the enlightenment of that which is one (see hack #6-7.1 From the inner senses through a black hole into that which is one), wherefore the ways to experience glimpses of it, as described in his enlightened non-teachings, are not based on second-hand knowledge. Hence they may not be similar to what you hear from those interpreting the sayings from old scriptures, as without the enlightened of that which is one you are bound to misinterpret the sayings about it.

As most seem to think enlightenment is something you achieve, where after you walk around enlightened, it is probably best to spell out, that the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be achieved by anybody, because to bid it welcome, you must step aside*. In other words, Alexius has not been enlightened but momentarily stepped aside, so that there was nothing but the enlightenment of that which is one. That is why he is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

Most gurus do not talk about the enlightenment of that which is one, but some otherworldly states they have experienced as someone definitive, and attribute with the activation of pineal gland, that they also call the third eye. But as you have to step aside to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, no pineal gland or eyes are involved at all.*

That being said, they can be in play if not stepping completely aside, and you, instead, have a glimpse of enlightenment, which is to be compared to seeing the trailer to a movie. It is not the movie.

Unfortunately, this does not apply to most gurus or others talking about enlightenment. What they say about enlightenment is not geared towards bidding it welcome but to follow their speculative rules for a better life, so that they appear to be somebody who is and has more than you – for example more money, power or fame, which in the eyes of the world makes them more life. It is probably for this reason, they never really tell what their teachings are about, but instead speak in vague and mysterious ways about peace, coming from the heart and whatnot.

If you doubt what your guru says, you are told, you have not gotten it and should sign up for more lessons – meaning you should give more money.

The old-school gurus may speak vaguely about something called kundalini, which is supposed to make a fusion between body and spirit so that you become full of bliss and wisdom. Newer gurus have speculative teachings about living in the now, realising your self or a higher purpose. Both approaches appeal to those who want to have their feelings of inferiority replaced with feelings of spiritual grandeur so that they can be acknowledged as someone special, who is part of something higher.

Most belief systems are just a shared vocabulary for people feeling inferior, so they can hide it by sharing this vocabulary with like-minded ones.

But to merge with something, be full of light, live in the now, realise your self and whatnot requires more than one. It other words, it is an experience geared for a world where there seems to be more than one. It has nothing to do with the formlessness of that which is one because it takes more than one to be conscious about something.

Any experience in a world where there seems to be more than one can turn into that which is one, provided you do not try to hold onto the experience by interpreting it as bliss or something else, because that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one, so it is not possible to have a specific experience unless you believe you are someone definitive.

The same of course applies to see, hearing, feeling or tasting glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, as described in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. That is why thee non-teachings distinguish between the enlightenment of that which is one and glimpses of it. The latter is an experience in a world where there seems to be more than one – you could say it is a state of being. But the enlightenment of that which is one is not an experience, nor any kind of being. because it takes more than one to experience or be something.

All ways lead to Rome, they say, but they forget to say that they also lead away from it, so do not count on the ways suggested by the gurus promising a hypothetical better life in the future, because only a world where there seems to be more than one has a future. And as reality is one perpetual present, it has neither an end or a future, so anything with a future is an illusion.

That which is you is not the appearance of something definitive. You are and have nothing in the the sense that you you are nothing definitive, but the formlessenes of that which is one, that is everything, as formlessness is endless. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

What you believe to be is nothing in the sense that you are not someone definitive, but the formlessness of that which is one, and as that is everything since formlessness is endless, so is that which is you. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

For those teaching about kundalini, freedom in the now, finding your true self and whatnot, it is not a problem that what they promise is just another illusion. On the contrary. Because that means their followers never get it and therefore will keep on paying money, give hugs or whatever the teacher asks for, so both of you feel, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

Yet this is not what the above duality hacks are about, neither all the others, that presented themselves during the writing of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings (see Duality HacksExtra Duality Hacks and More Duality Hacks), as they point to the formlessness of that which is one – or rather towards that which appears to hide, that there never was and never will be more than that which is one.

A reintroduction to the inner senses, the enlightenment of that which is one and glimpses of it

As it takes more than one to have a vision, no matter how impressive your inner visions of light seems to be, they are not the enlightenment of that which is one but glimpses of it. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The world of the outer senses is experienced via seeing, hearing, feeling and tasting/smelling it. But if those senses are turned inwards instead, the enlightenment of that which is one is revealed through seeing, hearing, feeling or tasting/smelling it.

And then again it is not exactly like this, because the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be experienced at all since it takes more than one to experience something.

Someone, who believes to be definable, cannot gracefully fall through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one. Yet someone who believes to be definable can learn how to have this belief undone.

Yet bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one is something that can be experienced via seeing, hearing, feeling or tasting/smelling it. This is not the enlightenment of that which is one though but glimpses of it, which come through a hole that sometimes seems to be black and other times full of lucid. Having visual glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one can to be an experience of travelling through lucid worlds with ever-changing flashes of light. The moment those flashes of light are not perceived to differ from each other, there is no separation to define you as someone definitive anymore.

When you play a game, you may forget where you actually are. One of the ways to remember it is to undo the knowledge of what and where you appear to be. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As that means there is nobody experiencing anything, there is not someone to fight that the construction of thoughts which seem to have replaced the formlessness of that which is one with someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one is abruptly extracted by an exceptionally bright white light, that the glimpses have turned into without you being aware of it, as none of this is not happening in linear time but in one perpetual present.

In other words, everything you ever believed to be and have is gone without you knowing it or having any memory of having believed to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. Hence there is nothing to gracefully fall through the hole that is no more, because there is no experience to hide that which always has been and always will be, since it is formless and therefore endless, namely that which is one.

The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be experienced
Most people, however, work against the flow enlightenment, which is done by defining what there seems to be to see, hear, feel or taste as something that is similar to past experiences so that the enlightenment of that which is one is fragmented into more than one, wherefore the belief in being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is not undone.

And as the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be bid welcome without having this belief undone for just one moment, you only had glimpses of it, and therefore do not know what it is.

If you for a moment forget what and where you appear to be, there is not someone hiding the enlightenment of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As the enlightenment of that which is one is not of a world where there seems to be more than one, someone believing to be there cannot be enlightened. But if you for a moment forget what and where you are you are, there is not a world where there seems to be more than one to hide the enlightenment of that which is one.

Returning from the enlightenment of that which is one as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, you are not enlightened, because enlightenment is not something definitive. Yet, there are vague memories of the enlightenment of that which is one, so you are to be compared to it.

This, however, would have been the same result if the belief in being someone definitive momentarily had been undone, because then there is not someone to know the enlightenment of that which is one. In other words, what you believe to be can never be enlightened. Yet it is possible to momentarily forget what and where you are so there is nothing for the enlightenment of that which is one to gracefully carry through a hole that is not there into the formlessness of that which is one.

Since what you believe to be, therefore, has not been enlightened, you appear to be the same if going back to the experience of being a world where there seems to be more than one. However, due to vague memories of that which is one, you do not believe this experience is real. Hence you are to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

A glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one is comparable to a movie trailer, which is just a glimpse of a whole movie, and therefore not to be confused with the whole one.

To round off, as the enlightenment of that which is one has no beginning and end, someone definitive cannot experience it. But glimpses of it – for example travelling through lucid worlds of light – has a beginning and an end. Hence they can be experienced by someone definitive. See also The enlightenment of that which is one versus glimpses of it.

If you seem to see an E here, you are using the E, you have made in your mind, to hide all the empty space.

If you seem to see an ´E´ here, you are focusing on seeing something recognisable, so that you can hide the empty space by imagining there is something there. The empty space is not the formlessness of that which is one, but when you do not imagine a world defined by time and space to be there, no elements of matter are experienced to hide the formlessness of oneness. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Partial devotion to the inner senses results in glimpses of enlightenment
To experience that you are someone substantial in a world defined by time and space, constant focus on something specific is required for the outer senses to fabricate the depth needed to make the experience appear dimensional – otherwise, the outer senses cannot build this illusion.

So the more you defocus, the more the definable world of the outer senses is complemented with the abstract world of the inner senses, where you are bid welcome by glimpses of light if you are visual-minded, ethereal music if you are auditory minded, and the taste or feeling of that which is one in case you are emotional minded.*

The purpose of the inner senses and their glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one is to attract you to such an extent, that you cannot help yourself but to have them undo the belief that it is possible to be someone definitive, even though it means the end of what you believe to be – just like a moth cannot help but to follow its attraction to the flame, even though it is gonna be the end of it.

The idea of mixing something is based on the belief in separation, so do not try to mix glimpses of light with glimpses of ethereal music, for example, as this will imply they are separated. Just welcome whatever glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one, that seems to come your way. Never try to hang onto a glimpse or to have it repeated. If it after a while changes into another aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one, go with that.

What you believe to be is a hallucination, that seems to cover the enlightenment of that which is one – also if you believe to be spiritual, because any belief requires more than one.

These glimpses, as already noted, are not the enlightenment of that which is one, as it has no room for someone being conscious of something since that requires more than one. This does not mean that the person you believe to be is replaced by the enlightenment of that which is one, but that whatever you believe to be is an illusion.

The healing of the body caused by partly being devoted to the inner senses is just a side effect, that helps you not to care about physicality and its inevitable end.

The inner senses and the body
Devotion to the inner senses will heal your body if that is not the purpose of it. It may not include genetically caused diseases, though. But as devotion to the inner senses calms the body, a genetically created disease will not seem to generate fear, which otherwise may further damage the body if projected upon it (see hack #4.3 To be a basic self is to be good enough about the unfortunate belief in a body-mind connection, where you are the perceived master of it).

When, however, the wellbeing of the body is the purpose of devoting yourself to the inner senses, you cannot be attentive to the world of the inner senses, since that requires having no specific focus, so the world of the inner senses fades out without you even noticing it. Thus the body is not being nurtured by it.

Complete devotion to the inner senses, bids welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, that right away erases all memories of you being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. As you are not there anymore, there is nobody to know how long time this takes. But most of all because the enlightenment of that which is one is not a process but one perpetual present.

At first, however, it may seem to be a process, and as long as that is the case, the brain that produced the experiences of you as someone definitive is not dead so it can be rebooted and again produce these experiences. But since it takes more than one to be anything, they cannot contain the enlightenment of that which is one. So although you are to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, you look like you used to be.

But as soon as the enlightenment of that which is one does not seem to be a process, which in the concept of time maybe is less than a minute, the brain cannot be rebooted, and therefore not produce the experience of you as a substantial being in a tangible world, wherefore there is nothing to hide that which always has been and always will be you, namely the formlessness of oneness. There is, of course, nobody to be aware of this, since it takes more than one to be conscious of something.

The appearance of you as someone in a world, where there seems to be more than one, is a fabrication constructed from thoughts, where some are chosen to be included, as if they are that which is you, and others are excluded, as if they are not you but somebody else. By not excluding specific thoughts but including them all, you become everything and you also lose the appearance of being someone specific, because there are no excluded thoughts to define you as someone definitive. In other words, inclusion excludes what is not real, so there is nothing but the formlessness of that which is you. The appearance of you as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is a fabrication of thoughts. The ones you judge to be good are chosen to be included and the ones judged as bad ones to be excluded. The excluded ones produce what you consider others to be and what you are not, so if no thoughts are excluded, there is nobody to define you as separate from others. Inclusion, therefore, excludes what is not real, namely separation, so that there is not something to hide there is no more than that which is one. Bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one has the same result, and so does the implementation of the other ´ways´ of coming back to that which is one suggested in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings.

Is the enlightenment of that which is one required to have the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one undone?
The enlightenment of that which is one can be said to be the last step to the formlessness of oneness, but as formlessness is endless, you have never left it, so there is no step back to it, and therefore no need to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one in any one of its aspects, or to have glimpses of it*.

Neither do you have to be connected with the empty breath or devote yourself to the inner senses to have the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one undone. It can be undone while enjoying the world of the outer senses. In the below box there are some suggestions on how to do this:

The more you perceive the apparent differences in the world of the outer senses to not make a difference, the more the outer senses function as a set-off to that which is one (hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is pure bliss).

The same applies to pretending to be someone definitive (hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation or seeing symbols of life in the world (hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life).

And it also applies to being alone together, which does not mean that you are together with one or more who also are alone, but that you are alone together with your fantasy of a world where there seems to be more than one, no matter how many there seem to be around you (hack #8.8 Alone together is the key to that which is one).

But you do not even need Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings to have this belief undone. All that is necessary is to not remember what and where you are since that means there is no belief in being someone definitive that appears to hide the formlessness of that which is one.


There is no experience of love without the experience of hate, because you cannot know one without the other. Multitasking allows you to experience both emotions simultaneously, and so hate is as blissful as love. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The reason that so many avoid multitasking is that multitasking leaves them with no time to suppress anger and other feelings, that destroys the perfect image of themselves as somebody at peace, full of love and whatnot.

What they do not know, when keeping specific feelings hidden – hate for example – is that they diminish the experience of their contrasts – in this case love – because you cannot have one without the other.

Least of all do they know that when both sides of a contrast are equally acknowledge, their apparent difference makes no difference. Thus it is just as blissful loving somebody as to hate them. See also Love makes no difference at all.

Be aware though, that to be in the bliss of indifference, instead of the consciousness of being someone definitive, you must be willing to be nobody.

Here the world of the inner senses are about to shift to bright white light, which is gonna extract all the info you have collected in order to appear as somebody and leave it at the edge at a black hole so that there is nobody to fall into the nothingness of that which is one. This is not compatible with appearing in a world, where there seems to be more than one, so if that is what you want, you better make sure the info making up your personality is not extracted or you know where to find it again. You do not know how fast this is happening, because you are no more and have no conscious of ever having been anybody, because there is nothing but that which is one. This is not compatible with appearing as someone definitive in a world defined by time and space, so if that is what you want, you better make sure that the info making up your appearance as someone definitive is not extracted – or that you know how to find it again – which is simply is to go with the flow of fear. And yes, there is also fear in that which is one. No worries. It cannot be experienced there. That is not possible since it would require more than one. It is, however, possible to imagine there is more than one, and going with the fear that this entails, you seem to leave it and instead be part of a world defined by time and space. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Multitasking the inner and outer senses
Much devotion to the world of the inner senses may space you out in regard to the present moment in the world of the outer senses. Yet, if you do not have to be present there, you just go with the flow of the inner senses, as if the world outside of you stands still.

But if you want to go on appearing as someone special in a world where there seems to be more than one, it is, of course, best to totally focus on the world of the outer senses, so that the abstractness of the inner world does not interfere with your plans for having more money, power, love, life, energy and whatnot.

Should you, however, become tired of the race for more, you multitask between the inner and outer senses, so that being loaded with glimpses of enlightenment in the world of the inner senses make you indifferent to the constant demand for more in the world of the outer senses.

If you do not want the belief in being someone definitive to be abruptly undone by the enlightenment of that which is one, multitasking between the inner and outer senses could be your approach, as that allows you to have this belief undone in a pleasant pace while having a good time pretending to be what you are not.

Multitasking is said to disturb the brain so that it is harder for it to focus on something specific. That is why, it is beneficial in regard to having the belief in being someone definitive undone  – especially the multitasking of the inner and outer senses, which happens all by itself when connected with the empty breath.

When you are multitasking the world of the inner and outer senses with the help of the empty breath thoughts are not considered to be yours, so nobody is going anywhere, even though it may appear so.

The empty breath automatically syncs the outer and the inner senses, so that everything feels just fine, nothing is wrong or missing. This is not the purpose of the empty breath, though. Its purpose is to undo the belief in being someone definitive, but this is a lot easier not fighting to survive as someone definitive. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Those not connected with the empty breath are often tempted to skip the part of having the belief in being someone specific undone and instead use their own special blend of the outer and inner senses as the means to fabricate their particular version of paradise.

The purpose of this often is to establish themselves as a spiritual helper, but as there only is somebody to help, when you believe in separation, your so-called compassion and help enhances the suffering that this belief entails (see the article Coming from the heart is a denial of that which is one). Besides, there is no paradise without hell, since a world where there seems to be more than one can only be experienced through contrasts.

It is common to think, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Yet you do not appear as someone specific in a world where there seem to be more than one to find more, but to see there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one.

So instead of using the glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one to establish an image of yourself as a new messiah full of love and light, use them to expose the frustration coming from the belief in being someone definitive so that its unedited energy can be used to ignite a take-off to the empty breath.

The moment you have no need give or receive help or support, the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one is undone.

As the inner senses operate on very high-frequency, speedy thoughts and feelings seem to be at rest there. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The connection with the empty breath automatically syncs the outer and inner senses, and as the latter are operating at an extremely high frequency, the restless speculations in the low-frequency world of the outer senses do not seem to cause confusion but relaxation, and so the apparent differences of the world experienced with the outer senses slowly cease to make a difference. Thus the foundation for the belief in separation fades out, and so there is nobody to imagine that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

Following the guidance of the empty breath you are automatically multitasking, because it does not know the concept of focusing on something specific. So when you are do not feel the empty breath multitasking connects you with it.

A perfect moment turns into a state of not-knowing
Having glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one is a perfect moment in the sense that nothing feels wrong. As there is no sense of anything having a beginning or end, it may last longer than the concept of now, which is just a split second in between the past and the future. In other words, the concept of now is based on excluding the past and the future, whereas a perfect moment includes that and everything else.

When differences are not perceived to make a difference, the foundation for the belief in separation is gone. So everything outside of you is inside of you, where is nothing since without an outside there is no inside. In other words, if you do not return from this state of not-knowing to a world where there seems to be more than one, there is nothing to hide there is no more than that which is one. Hence it makes no difference if there are thoughts about the past, the future or anything else while having glimpses of enlightenment. Actually, the most distinctive feature of a perfect moment is that the apparent differences of the world are not perceived to make a difference. Not so much because there is no judgment, but because there is nobody to judge anything since you are in a state of not-knowing.

That is why, it is not before this state is over, that you know when differences are not perceived to make a difference, you are not experienced to be separated, and so there is nobody to judge something as right or wrong.

Since differences are not perceived to make a difference in a state of not-knowing, nobody cares if the bliss of it should differ from one state of not-knowing to another.

Having glimpses of enlightenment, you momentarily do not believe to be someone definitive. Hence you are in a state of not-knowing. This state of bliss** can be induced by all the duality hacks, except for the enlightenment of that which is one, since that is not a state. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

This state of not-knowing is not only induced by glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one but by the application of any other duality hack except for the enlightenment of that which is one, as that is not a state since it takes more than one to be in a state.

Be happy if you cannot overcome the hopelessness that seems to blow you away when not in a state of not-knowing, because when you are blown away a state of not-knowing returns.

But as nothing in a world where there seems to be more than one lasts, nor does a state of not-knowing. Primarily because after 20 minutes, 45 minutes at the most, where the brain has not been kept active by judging differences to make a difference, it falls into a coma.

So if you want to remain as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, you must leave the bliss of a perfect moment. But you must also leave it if you do not want to return as someone definitive but bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one because there is no room for bliss or anything else in that which is one.

Being alone together is based on the realisation that the power behind every experience you seem to have is you, regardless it is interpreted as spiritual, mundane or whatnot. Alone together**
Since the apparent differences in what is normally perceived to be a world outside of you is not perceived to make a difference when in a state of not-knowing and as that applies to whatever seems to be inside of what normally is believed to be you, inside and outside is the same – or rather there is no inside and outside or any other contrasts to define you as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

You are alone together having a fantasy about being someone special in a world where there seems to be more than one. But no matter what seems to be happening in that fantasy, you are not in it – just like within the context of this fantasy a dreamer is not in its dream although the dream is in the dreamer.**

This you cannot know before you have left a state of not-knowing, and memories start popping up of how blissful it is to not believe you are someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

There may also be memories of the transition, which can be quite claustrophobic, as there is nobody to project your troubles and sorrows on since there is nothing but the tight unit of you. But as soon as you start feeling the peace that comes from not feeling disturbed by anybody, this unit is not tight anymore. Actually, it is not there at all, because you do not believe to be someone definitive.

When the apparent differences of a world where there seems to be more than one are not perceived to make a difference, you are not separated from what you experience to be a world outside of you. In other words, you are alone together with your experience of a world where there seems to be more than one – and since this is how you imagine having left the formlessness of oneness, you can reverse this and return to that which you never left, since formlessness is endless. As you probably read in the previous part, you got to leave a state of not-knowing pretty soon, if you want to remain as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. Neither can you stay in this state, if you do not want to return to the fantasy of being someone definitive but to the formlessness of oneness, as being in any kind of state requires more than one.

Staying true to being alone together** this is not a dilemma, because from this follows you never have been in a world where there seems to be more than one. Just like a dreamer within the context of such a world you are in your own bed, which in this context is a metaphor for that which is one. And since oneness is formless and therefore without beginning and end, you have never left it.

A body forgotten is an invitation to the enlightenment of that which is one

Your body, that seems to be opaque, consists of 1% energy and 99% empty space. In other words, to believe you are somebody is an illusion. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Your body, that seems to be opaque, consists of empty space according to science. In other words, you must be dreaming, if you perceive yourself to be tangible. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The enlightenment of that which is one does not illuminate anything. It is so bright that there is nothing to see. Besides it requires more than one to see something, and there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one, as what is formless is endless. In other words, if you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one you do not exist, and you know it is so. Why else has everybody throughout history asked the same question: Who am I?

Through ideas of love and friendship you create the illusion, that you are someone definitive, who is part of a world with someone else especially for you.

You make yourself appear to be real by for example searching for who you are, as this implies you are someone definitive, or by working for the survival of you, or simply by doing whatever is necessary to feel part of something, so there appear to be a tangible world around you, that seems to acknowledge the existence of you as someone definitive.

It is the tension, that comes from always doing something to be acknowledged as someone tangible, which seems to hold the body together as a unit defined by time and space. But the more the body is held together the more the enlightenment of that which is one is fenced out.

The defences of the body break down when being in love and/or being loved, so even though love is just as virtual as the body, it is very helpful in order to break down the defences against the enlightenment of that which is one. It does not matter what is loved, so you can go devote yourself to sunshine, wine, a pet, a person, a god and whatnot. As long as you stick to the love, whether it seems to be returned or not, it will make the body feel good – and feel good its defences are down, so it does not fight being pushed aside in order to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one.

The enlightenment of that which is one is not full of love
The above should not be understood as the enlightenment of that which is one is full of love. Using love to break down the barriers to the enlightenment of that which is one can be compared to using a drilling machine to make in a hole in a wall. When the hole is done it is empty. The drilling machine is not there. Likewise, love is not in the enlightenment of that which is one. It is empty.

The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be experienced, as it takes more than one to experience something. Only the body can be experienced, but what can be is experienced is not one and what is not one is not real.

Neither should it be understood, as you must break down all the defences of the body. It needs them to defend itself against various kinds of sickness. In terms of the enlightenment of that which is one, a healthy body is good. Not in the sense though that the body needs to be healthy for the enlightenment of that which is one to be received, as a body cannot receive it. A body has to go, and if it seems healthy, you are not occupied by saving it and therefore free to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one without any concern for the body.

Please be aware that the explanations in this article are done within the context of the world. There is of course no way a body can stop the enlightenment of that which is one. The body is an illusion, and illusions have no power to stop anything. The only problem is that you believe this illusion is real. It is your belief, that blocks out the enlightenment of that which is one – and only in the context of this belief does it make sense, as in the above to talk about the body and love as a solution for breaking down its defences.

The nature of ´the empty breath´ (in the process of being updated)

It may not always be your experience, that the empty breath is your best friend because it is of no help in regard to what and where you like to be. Instead, it helps you to see everything through its eyes of indifference, so you feel good no matter what and where you experience to be. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
The empty breath
is a life jacket you got from that which is one when you left it to be and have more than that. This, of course, is a metaphor because you cannot leave oneness since it is formless and therefore endless. Yet it seems possible to imagine being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

When connected with the empty breath, what you seem to receive from the world is always the same, because you receive what you give and you give what you have, namely the indifference of the empty breath.

This life jacket, the empty breath, loves you unconditionally. Thus it is not bothered by what and where you believe to be. Actually, it does not even see that. It is a fantasy that only can be seen by those believing to be somebody definitive. And it has no way of believing something because it is nothing. Consequently, this is what it sees.

To see nothing is to love everything and thus feel loved by nothing. That is why the empty breath does not crave love from anybody. You, however, need to love it if you want to feel, you are unconditionally loved as someone definitive.

Feeling the connectedness with the empty breath, you probably forget to check the lottery, for example. And when you do, you smile regardless you won or not, because in the flow of the empty breath, you arw indifferent to to becoming and getting more.

The empty breath does not know how to heal hay fever or anything else caused by the belief in being someone definitive. But it knows how to undo this belief. And since you get more laid-back in the process of that, new ways of healing of your hay fever may pop up. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The guidance of the empty breath is not about how to get better health, more money, success, love or anything else, but seeing that what you appear to be and have is nothing.

Thus being connected with the empty breath, every experience of something is perceived as nothing. This does not mean that you do not do anything about a broken leg, for example. But since it is seen as nothing, and so is what you do about it, you have nothing to worry about.

To be loved is a need that comes from the perception that diffrences make a diffrence. But since the empty breath is indiffrent to diffrences, being loved or not does not make a difference when connected with it.

Nor does it mean that you do not experience positive to be different from negative, for example, but that the experienced difference does not make a difference. Thus it makes no difference, whether you think positive or negative, feel cherished or rejected, make the world better or not, live in the now or whatnot.

Those advocating ´living in the now´ try to replicate the traits of the empty breathNot by being indifferent to separation, though, but by enhancing it through the exclusion of the past and the future.

This detachment, however, which is a natural trait of the empty breath, cannot be replicated by being an observer or anything else as that implies you believe to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one because detachment is indifferent to this or any other belief.

The function of the empty breath is not to improve the apparent condition of what and where you appear to be. That would just be a replacement of one illusion with another. Its function is to facilitate the undoing of the belief, that there is more than that which is one, so you do not believe that experience of more than one is real.

It is also indifferent to becoming or getting something. That is why connecting with the empty breath or applying any other duality hack does not make you more special. Changing or transforming somebody or something in a world where there seems to be more than one is just to replace one illusion with another. Just like no matter how something is changed on a computer screen, everything is the same, because there is nothing on the screen.

What you see on the screen is on a hard disk where there is nothing but zeros and ones. It is not before they are processed by an app into what appears to be on the screen, that the nothingness of the hard disk seems to be a tangible world in which changes can be made.

The empty breath, which in this context is unprocessed zeros and ones, does not know, that you assign special meaning to the nothingness on the screen, which in this context is the world, so you appear to be someone experiencing something instead of emptiness.

Being connected with the empty breath you are indifferent to the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one – just like you are indifferent to the experienced differences in the world of a movie or a video game because you know they are make-believe.

All that the empty breath knows is that there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one. Thus all that it wants is to breathe nothing but emptiness into what you believe to be and see, so that there does not seem to be something hiding there never was or will be more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

If something seems to bother you, use the frustration to ignite a take-off to the empty breath, so what you judged as something bad is seen as nothing. See Take-offs to ´the empty breath´.

Connecting with the empty breath has nothing to do with what you eat or think. Nor has it anything to do with meditation except in the sense of being a medium for nothing, which you are when there is a willingness to not look for something. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 2:
Taking deep breaths or in any other way manipulating the breath is not beneficial in regard to connecting with the empty breath, because doing so enhances the belief in being someone definitive.

The same applies to be centred, balanced, focused or something else. It is the willingness to not be anything at all, that ignites a take-off to the empty breath.

This willingness, however, does not come from forcing the body into special yoga postures, neither by controlling the mind, but by thrusting its uncontrolled flow of energy to ignite a take-off to the empty breath regardless, you walk, sit, talk or whatnot. See Take-offs to ´the empty breath´.

Actually, speedy thoughts and feelings shoot off again and again, and several at a time, to ignite a take-off to the empty breath, but you stop them from becoming boundless by defining them, so you can remain in the illusion of being someone definitive.

The more you limit yourself to be something specific, the more it feels like you are about to collapse. To prevent that, you go on specifying yourself until you feel so constrained that you burst of anger or stop giving a shit about holding yourself together, so the uncontrolled energy of the suppressed thoughts and feelings ignites a take-off to the empty breath. It does not, however, help you to escape your cage but the belief that you are in it.

INTERLUDE:
Being indifferent does not mean, that you do not feel the apparent difference between, for example, love and hate, but because there is no need to be acknowledged as someone definitive when connected with the empty breath, you do not consider one of them to be better than the other. In other words, it makes no difference to you which feeling you explore.

The same applies when pretending to be someone definitive because what you pretend to be you are not so it does not matter if you appear to be lived or hated. This also applies when perceiving everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one because when every appearance is a symbol of the same, the apparent differences of the world makes no difference.

As it takes more than one to be connected with something, it is only as long as you believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, that connectedness with the empty breath seems relevant. PART 3::
As it requires more than one to experience something and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless, every experience is unreal. Read more about this in the articles All experiences are equally unreal and Nothing that can be seen exist.

Consequently, the experience of the empty breath, though it may seem as if you finally have found something authentic, is as unreal as any other experience.

Yet this experience, which is deeply rooted in an archetypical image of a never-ending rhythmic flow, slowly but surely undoes the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Furthermore, it makes it seems unproblematic having this belief. Not in the sense that you are not troubled by anything, but in the sense that you are indifferent to it.

A state of not-knowing, which is the result of the empty breath, is also the outcome of the other duality hacks . If it always is the same state of not-knowing cannot be known, because nobody is conscious about it.

If you feel confused by this article, do not try to get a grip on it (read more about that in the hack No understanding = Enlightenment in Extra Duality Hacks). Instead go with the flow of chaos, until you cannot make ends meet into being someone definitive and feel as if you are about to explode, which in a sense also is what happens when the build-up tensions ignite a take-off to the empty breath. Since it results in a state of not-knowing, you are not bound up with the belief that you are someone definitive until you leave this state and return to the consciousness of being someone.

At best it is imagined to be a state of consciousness in which the self is transcended into a higher one. Oneness, however, has nothing to do with being in a state, or being conscious of something, because that requires more than one. So does being someone. APPENDIX:
If the present stream of thoughts or feelings is not manipulated or suppressed, its untamed energy ignites a take-off to the empty breath. In its presence, you can make up stories of love, for example, without feeling deceitful for manipulating thoughts and feelings to make them because the empty breath sees the world where you believe to be as a blank computer screen. So although the stories you fabricate seems to disclose something on it, the screen remains empty.

In other words, when you are with the empty breath, it does not matter how you perceive the experiences produced by the brain as if you are someone definitive in a world of something. You do not need the happiness that comes from being in sync with them. You are in the bliss of nothing.

But as noted elsewhere, the belief in being someone definitive falls apart if it is not constantly confirmed by the experiences, that the brain produces of a world that appears to be outside of you. And since what you believe to be is the sum of your memories and they are stored in the brain, you are the brain. Thus it falls into a coma if you stay with the empty breath for more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, at a time. In other words, the brain falls apart if there is not a constant interchange between the self it has created and the experiences it produces as if there is something outside of it.

No worries, having been with the empty breath for just a split second, the slate is wiped clean. Thus you return to interacting with a world that appears to be outside of you with the perception, it is what it is. and thus feeling happy regardless of how you experience to be treated by the world outside of you. That is until you wonder why everybody seems to know so much more than you, and you start to play their game of being special by changing your perception from it is what it is to I know what it is. This, however, upsets you a lot because hardly anything goes your way. Fortunately, if not handling the frustration of being wrong, the untamed energy of it ignites a take-off to the empty breath.

In this way, you can go back and forth between the happiness of something (read more about that here) and the bliss of nothing (read more about that here), until you forget to disconnect from the empty breath, and there is neither bliss or anything else that can be experienced because the enlightenment of that which is one erases everything that requires more than one. Everything fabricated – like for example this illustration of a yin-yang sign – is supposed to have a special appearance, so that the experience of it supplies the belief, that you are somebody. But this is not the purpose of the empty breath. On the contrary. Its purpose is to undo the belief, that you are someone at all, which it does by helping you to see, that the apparent differences in the world do not make a difference, so it does not matter whether anything appears perfect or not. When people tell you to slow down and relax via mindfulness or whatnot, they sabotage the fastest way to take it easy, because that comes from not stopping the speed of thoughts and feelings so you lose the control of them and therefore no longer can prevent them from igniting a take-off to the empty breath (read more about that here), that synchronises the low-frequency world of the outer senses with the high-frequency world of the inner senses, so speedy thoughts and feelings are not felt to cause stress but tranquillity.

At times, however, you may feel so angry about somebody that you do not want this to happen because it will make you indifferent and thus without the anger needed to punish them. So you prevent the aggressive energy inside of you from igniting a take-off to the empty breath by projecting it on those judged to have caused it. But doing so, you first and foremost punish yourself, because we receive what we give (read more about that here).

This goes on until you do not project your feelings onto others but keep them in you so the unedited energy of them can ignite a take-off to the empty breath.

The empty breath undoes your conditioned belief in being someone definitive because it sets in before there is a conscious recognition of being someone definitive. Read more about it here.

The connectedness with the empty breath – either through surfing its waves, being in its transparent sound, the swing of it, or the sparkling force behind these rhythmic movements (read more about that here) – is not a feeling that can be fabricated like for example a romantic evening generated by candles, special clothes, music and red wine. On the contrary. It is felt, when instead of busy trying to produce a specific feeling, the frenetic energy is used as a take-off to the empty breath.

Focus, control, balance and any kind of adjustment are counterproductive in regard to igniting a take-off to the empty breath, as it has no specific form or centre and totally moves on its own accord.

The swing of the inner breath may be experienced abruptly – like in this animation but probably a lot slower – in a s body with muscles problems from for example psoas or diafragma. There is no reason though trying to make it swing more smoothly by improving the condition of the body. The inner breath always adjust itself to the current condition of the body, so no matter how it moves it results in the same joy, providing you are not looking to be perfect.

In a sick body, the swing of the empty breath may be experienced to come in bursts – a bit like in this animation but probably slower. But no matter how restricted the swing of it is experienced, the connection with it will always entail indifference, so if you stick with that the way it is experienced makes no difference. Not feeling the swing of the empty breath as described in the previous article, What does ´the empty breath´ feel like? may be due to trying too hard, focussing on it, or assuming the experience of it will make you feel something special. In these cases, you try to fabricate a specific feeling yourself, but the feeling of the empty breath cannot be made up, nor is it something definitive.

The same applies if you erupt the natural flow by taking deep breaths, shortening, pushing or holding it back. This will make you appear to be the master of it and thus enhance the sense of being an autonomous creature with a will of its own instead of a medium for the empty breath.

Basically, however, there is only one reason for not feeling the empty breath, namely that you want to feel it, which is only possible when you believe to be something instead of nothing. In other words, to feel the empty breath, you must step aside.

Since the empty breath has no personality, it has no expression of its own. So if its rhythmic flow is experienced to be weaker when you appear to be sick or about to die, it is because the rhythm of it always adjust to what and where you believe to be. Yet the operator of the empty breath (see the paragraph of the same name in the article What does ´the empty breath´ feel like?), which is the non-rhythmic energy behind the rhythm of the empty breath remains the same and is also experienced like that if it is that aspect of it you are in touch with.

In other words, if the transparent non-rhythmic energy of the empty breath is only partially experienced, when the body seems to be out-of-order, the problem is not the empty breath, but that you do not want to experience it fully, when there seem to be problems with the condition of the body, because that would render it unimportant and thus question your belief in being inside it.

This does not mean that you should not take care of the body and have it checked by a qualified health care professional. You also bring your car to a garage for a check-up, even though it is not you.

In the flow of the empty breath, you are automatically multitasking, because it does not know the concept of focusing on something specific. So if not feeling the empty breath, multitasking may pave the way.

The less you believe to be substantial, the more you will feel the non-rhythmic transparent energy of the empty breath.

There are several established ways of feeling somebody else when you believe to be someone substantial in a tangible world. But there are no ways to feeling the empty breath than to momentarily stop believing you are someone definitive.

When you do not know anything, there is not somebody to be sad or happy – nor anything else. Thus there is nothing but emptiness, which is pure bliss.

Not being aware of something, there is nothing to make perfect. Consequently, you are not benumbed in an experience of yourself as someone definitive but in the flow of nothing.

Feeling the empty breath is like receiving a new gift every moment. There is no way, however, to know what the present will be before receiving it, neither do you need to know, because you are in a state of not-knowing.

Even though the empty breath seems to produce a constant rhythm of expansion and contraction in the body, your experience of it may not be so. And you are right. It is not consistent. It has no such need. Only those who believe to be somebody definitive has a need to be consistent, and since the empty breath does not believe to be anything at all, it does not need to uphold a persistent image of itself.

The empty breath can be compared to the cats in the home of Alexius. They go around as it pleases them, but he can always count on them to greet him when he gives a call.

Likewise, he can always count on the empty breath. Even though it solely moves on its own accord, it is always to be felt in one way or the other. Maybe it is experienced to be going up and down, on a single wave in one of the circles in the empty breath, several times in a row, whereafter it is felt to be the swing of it inside of his head, and as if he is surfing both of the yin-yang looking waves in one of the other circles of the empty breath. In the previous article, What does ´the empty breath´ feel like, you can read more about these experiences and composition of the empty breath in endless circles.

After igniting a take-off to the empty breath, he mostly lands in its speedy and chaotic energy at the root of it, which feels like freedom compared to the rigid world of the outer senses. Going to bed, it may be the transparency of its sound that comes to him. But first of all, he simply feels the indifference of the empty breath, and since that means the apparent differences in the world does not appear to make a difference, it is hardly a feeling.

If you do not fence off the empty breath via a positive perception of yourself in which everything judged to be negative has been excluded, whatever you seem to feel will be interpreted by the indifference of the empty breath. Consequently feeling happy or sad makes no difference. Not in the sense that happiness and sadness feel the same, but in the sense that the apparent difference makes no difference.

The empty breath can be felt in many exciting ways. The most exciting one, though, is not a feeling, but indifference to the apparent differences experienced in a world defined by time and space and thus to perceiving it as real. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When you are connected with a Fitbit watch, for example, it is not from the connection itself you get an exceptional feeling but from the data it gives you.

Likewise, you may not feel excited about the connection with the empty breath, as its radiance of indifference makes you indifferent to the apparent differences in a world defined by time and space. But as this makes the experience of it seems like nothing instead of something, you are in the bliss of emptiness.

Doing Nordic Walking, or rather going with the flow of it, could be beneficial for you in regard to not be doing something. It may also help you to expose the defence mechanisms, that you have built up in the body against going with the flow of the empty breath.

This is not to say that all these defence mechanisms must come to an end to feel the empty breath. Having the willingness to not be somebody, but nobody is what makes you feel the empty breath. Neither is it important in which of the ways described in the previous article, What does ´the empty breath´ feel like, that it is felt, or if it is felt in another way.

Although these ways of feeling the empty breath definitely are fascinating, the most exciting way to feel it – or rather not feeling it – is simply to follow its consistent flow of indifference. Since that makes you indifferent to the experience of differences in the world where you appear to be, there does not seem to be anybody feeling anything but the bliss from being indifferent to the belief in being someone.

The nature of the empty breath is not to provide happiness but indifference, and since that releases you from the boundaries of a world defined by time and space, it may feel as if you are in a merry-go-round world.

Feelings, however, never last, so if you hang onto this feeling instead of going with the flow of being indifferent to what you feel, your merry-go-round world will be replaced by its contrast, namely a world of sadness. This is only so because you mistook the empty breath for the giver of happiness instead of indifference, so if you stick with the latter, it makes no difference if you feel happy or sad, and that is very blissful.

The most exciting aspect of the empty breath is cannot be felt because it is indifference.

At first, it may feel as if the empty breath is too slow to supply you with enough air for breathing. But when you do not try to handle the flow of it*, which may or may not be adjusted to the physical breath, everything is fine as it is.

Perhaps it feels as if you do not have enough room for the empty breath or that it results in more pain than joy, especially if you in the past have avoided the awareness of unpleasant feelings by projecting them onto obscure parts of the body. Read more about the suppression of feelings and the psychosomatic diseases it entails in hack #4.3 To be a basic self is to be good enough.

Thus fear, traumas and worries are stored in the body, often psoas and its corresponding muscle the diafragma. Since the latter, in terms of muscles, is the primary mover of the breath, it may have become too weak or stiff to freely move with the flow of the empty breath, which, therefore, seems to make you tense and not relaxed. That is if you are looking for a specific way of feeling the empty breath instead of going with its indifference because doing that, it does not matter whether the empty breath seems to result in a smooth expansion and contraction of the body or not.

Imagine that while sitting in a bathtub, you get glimpses of something that looks like a world in the steam coming up from it. Or imagine you look at a drawing or painting of some persons and start to sense their emotions. What you experience to see and feel is make-believe because there is actually nobody in a painting, nor in the world, you grasp in the steam coming from the bathtub. Yet imagination can make it appear as if something is going on in a lifeless painting or a stream of heat.

Though projections are not real, they appear to be if you hide their apparent effect is self-made.

Depending on the thoughts project onto the persons in a painting, they could be experienced to feel good or bad, and experience this to come back to you from them and not yourself. Hence it feels like the persons in the painting are alive.

By adding more thoughts to your love story – for example, that the persons are coming from the heart – more good vibes seem to come from outside of you, and so you seem to have a loving connection with someone that is not you. But it is a fantasy. There is nobody but you. And that is also a fantasy because, without anybody to define you, there is nothing.

This is to illustrate, that what and where you experience to be is made from fragments of things you imagine to be outside of oneness. It does not explain everything, though. Who is it, that see something, and is it possible to see anything when there is no more than that which is one?

No, it is not possible, and for the same reason, it is not possible to be someone. In other words, nobody is having the experience of a world outside of themselves, neither of something inside of themselves. Yet that which is not possible in reality may be possible in a fairy tale. However, it is not possible to logically explain how something is possible in the world of a fairy tale because there is no logical way to describe something that is not real. If there were, it would be genuine. That is why so many like to ask, Who am I?

To exist is an illusion because it requires more than one to exist, to be or to have a consciousness and there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless.

Even though nobody has ever found an answer to that, they reckon the question implies, that there is one and that it will prove they exist.

It is just as crazy as to ask, who is the writer of this article and then start looking for the writer in the article. The re is nobody in it, neither in the world where you appear to be. Nor can that which is real be explained, as it takes more than one to do so.

So there we are – or at least we appear to be in a fairy tale of a world where there seems to be more than one. What to do about it? Doing nothing is the way out because doing something is what makes you appear to be there.

This does not mean that you should not deal with the problems that seem to arise from appearing to be there but that since the brain is the writer of it, you accept the brain as your director. Doing that the body is free to take care of itself as it is made to do. But you help it, of course, when the brain instructs you to brush its teeth, for example.

You do not, however, try to set the body in balance. The biological system automatically keeps the body in balance when you do not interfere. Nor do you try to connect the body with spiritual powers. The body only wants to be connected with the thing that makes you experience it to be physical, namely the brain. Everything else confuses it. Also your attempts to make it more perfect or pure through fitness and yoga.

The attempts to project your ideas of perfection onto the body come from your misperception of the experiences produced by the brain that otherwise would have helped you to keep the body healthy.

These misperceptions may cause you to think you must get rid of orange peel, obtain six-packs and other things that go against the natural order of the body. You can, therefore, make it easier for the body – and thus you as you believe in residing in it – by not projecting thoughts onto the body but keep them in the mental sphere where they belong. Doing that you keep the physical and psychological reality separated so they each can function on their own terms. As the biological system, therefore, is free from your tyranny, it can do what it is made to, namely to take care of bodily and not mental stuff.

This acknowledgement of the physical and mental reality as separate systems is also very helpful in regard to departing the tale of being someone substantial in a tangible world since that is the end of anything tangible. In other words, by keeping the physical and mental reality separated, your time in the tale of a tangible world feels better, and you can leave it without clinging onto the body.

In a world defined by time and space, everything travels in time. It takes, for example, eight minutes for the light of the sun to reach the Earth. Likewise, when the body has been set free, it takes time to register it.

Nothing seems like a lot, when there is no need to be and have anything, as before there appeared to be something, there was nothing.

Thus the reflex to stop the natural flow so you can be in control may still prevail. But if you acknowledge you are mistaken doing that, you set the biological system free to decide for you, and it always chooses what is best for everybody, because that is what you are since the experience of others is a fiction made in your brain.

If pain in the mind is not denied the words that seems to cause the pain cannot hurt, but words projected onto the body – your own or somebody else´s – seems to be able to hurt and confirm the believe, that you are a person to be defined by time and space.

PART 2:
It is in the mental and/or emotional sphere that you perceive yourself to be someone definitive in a body defined by time and space. But as that which is you is formless, and therefore without beginning and end, it is painful to be reduced to someone with a beginning and an end in a world by time and space.

Yet it is pain, that makes you appear to be someone in a material world. When you pinch yourself to discover whether you are dreaming or not, it is the experience of pain that makes you feel alive as someone definitive in a world by time and space.

Since feeling alive, therefore, is bracket together with being in pain, you need to suffer. And since your sole existence as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is based on the denial of the formlessness of oneness, denial is also what you resort to in making the pain bearable. You simply turn down the worst part of it, namely the psychological pain, by hiding it in the body, which as a side effect appears to be more real when the suppressed pain sooner or later causes physical discomfort.

Having established yourself and like-minded as good and others as bad, you live in constant fear of attack from those you judged to be evil. Hence you turn the body into a weapon of defence or attack by either keeping your shoulders deadlocked in a backwards or forward position (respectively the attack and the defence attitude). Since the muscles, therefore, become inflexible and eventually start to ache, you have actually used the body to attack yourself.

A way to to keep unwanted feelings hidden inside the body is to hold the mouth closed, so no evil feelings slip out. But you cannot selectively exclude one kind of feeling. The exclusion of one feeling rubs off on the others, so the more a feeling is denied from your awareness by hiding it in the body, the number it becomes and the less alive you feel. At that point, you have forgotten that the pain in the body has been caused by yourself, and you blame something in the world for your discomfort. Your body, therefore, becomes a weapon of defence or attack against the world. To effectuate this, you keep the shoulders pushed forward into a position of defence or pushed back into a place of constant readiness to attack.

The tightened body makes you feel safer and thus to be in control. Especially if you also push one or both shoulders upwards to further tighten the area and thus prevent the feelings of the body from passing the blockage, so the brain, cannot process them but you mentally can explain and thus escape the feeling of them.

This rational explanation of your feelings seems less frightening than to actually feel them. Most either suppress the incoming flow of feelings to the brain or the outcoming flow of the processed feelings from the brain. In general, a woman does not prevent the incoming flow of feelings from being processed by the brain, but instead, they prevent the processed feeling from being expressed by making up a mental story where they have the power to choose to what, when and how much they want to express, and thereby being able to manipulate somebody into serving them.

Men, generally, do the same as a woman and for the same purpose, but in the case of men, it is instead the incoming flow of feelings they prevent from being processed by the brain. But whether it is the incoming or outcoming flow of feelings that are held back, the resulting blockage in the shoulders or neck shortens and/or extends the muscles, so the natural balance in the body is destroyed.

There are many ideas of how to restore the balance of the body, but as the cause of the imbalance is not there but in the mental sphere, all they accomplish is that the symptoms in the body are moved or momentarily relieved. To solve the problem, it must be faced where it is made, namely in the mental and/or emotional sphere where there is a sense of not being good enough as you are.

Not feeling loved as you are is a misunderstanding based on the perception that you are something else than the brain has created you to be.

The only thing that will heal the pain in the mental sphere is the undoing of the sick belief that you are someone definitive. This healing, however, most want to avoid, as it results in being nothing. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

And as there also is a nagging feeling of being nothing, you wonder how you can ever be loved? Because you are nothing. Only that which is not real can be loved because it takes more than one to love or be loved, and reality is that which is one. So just like you love to hear music coming out of the speakers, although it is not real, the brain loves you as if you are something, although it has made from out of nothing. Read more about that in hack #4.2 The basic self versus the special one.

Perceiving to be rejected or misunderstood is often a way to justify being depressed or angry and thus to suppress that it is your choice to be so. This is not to say that you should stop that or anything else but that if everything is perceived as it is what it is*, you have nothing to be depressed or angry about.

You will not feel loved, though, if you keep on filtering the feelings you receive and/or release to make it look like you get what you expect, for example disappointment for being let you down. If not filtering what you get and/or give and perceiving that as it is what it is*, to be abandoned feels just as entertaining as to be supported. Since no feeling, therefore, needs to be escaped, you do not feel stressed but relaxed, regardless of what you get and/or give.

This does not mean that common sense should be set apart. You may find its best not to express your deepest feelings to your boss. But just like you keep wearing a big sweater in the wintertime even though you feel like wearing something lighter, there is no need to suppress the light feeling.

Nor should common sense be set aside in regards to the damage that has been caused in the body by the suppressed feelings. Apart from feeling them, you most likely need to stretch the shortened muscles in the body, energising them by doing Nordic Walking, or softening with far-infrared heating pads, for example from UTK. The latter also makes it easier to be with feelings as they are. To make sure there are no serious problems with internal organs, you may have to consult a qualified physician. It is not likely that the physical symptoms caused by suppressed thoughts and feelings will ever be entirely fixed, but since these thoughts and feelings can be brought to light, their leftover physical effect is perceived like the basic self would do, namely that it is what it is.*

Should you, by the way, have distanced yourself so much from the thoughts and feelings you cut off from the awareness in the past and, therefore, cannot bring them back to the mental and/or emotional sphere where they are made, you can, instead, bring them back in one trunk by feeling the discomfort of the strained parts in the body that the suppression of them have caused.

Doing that without justifying the displeasure in the mental and/or emotional sphere with something, nor yourself, it will eventually be replaced by pleasure. Until then, however, you will probably feel that this is the end of you. No worries. The only thing that ends is the special image of yourself that you have worked so hard to keep together.

Facing the sum of mental and/or emotional discomfort in the above way is, of course, much quicker than facing one thought or feeling after the other. Even faster, though, is the enlightenment of that which is one because it erases all experiences, also that of being someone. The other duality hacks do the same but over time. Thus you can enjoy the belief in being someone definitive while slowly but surely having it undone. Hack #5.2 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing gives you a taste of how it is to be indifferent to this belief by bringing you into a state of not-knowing and shortly afterwards return you to the consciousness of being someone definitive, but with the memory of that being nothing, so you experience to be in the world but not of it.

This is until that memory takes over completely, so you no more seem to be somebody who can hide there is nothing but the formlessness of oneness. See hack #5.3 ´The empty breath´ and the bliss of not believing to be someone.

The psychological and physical sphere does not mix [draft]

The basic self knows there is no need to unite anything in the world because all of its experiences are produced in the brain, so they are already together – just like everything are together on your hard disk or in the cloud even though they seem to be separated on your screen. The special self,* on the other hand, believes all experiences are created by itself from here and there and thus not together. Hence it tries to control them in order to unite them or create some kind of consistency or synchronicity. But since every experience is made and regulated by the brain and not you, this is not possible.

But it is possible to make a perception of the experiences created by the brain so that everything that does not attest to you being independent is excluded from it. Since the experience of the excluded is dump the experience of vulnerable parts of the body, the special self ends up having psychosomatic problems.

If the body is intolerant to a specific food, it is not mental ideas of mindfulness that it needs for its wellness, but that this specific food is avoided.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Feelings that are perceived to be painful or politically incorrect are often projected onto obscure parts of the body, so they seem to be out-of-the-way. But later, sometimes years, the suppressed energy of these feelings may cause the stomach to bloat, for example. No matter what the doctors do to heal it, however, the cause remains unhealed until it is dealt with where it was made, namely in the psychological sphere.

This does not come from understanding the cause or pattern of it, but the willingness to psychologically be the problem because then there is no need to exclude it from the awareness by hiding it in the darkness of the body.*

To uphold the image of itself as a positive person, the special self* avoids all feelings perceived as unfavourable, for example, sexual lust, power strivings, selfishness, greed, envy, anger and rage, by hiding them in the body. And to make sure that nobody discovers that it still contains these feelings, it projects them onto the others.

But since everything in the script of the brain* comes in pairs, it is not possible to experience positivity without negativity, and vice versa. Thus the suppression of negative emotions does not make the special self* positive but someone living in denial and, therefore, out of sync with the script of the brain.*

Had the feelings perceived as negative not been excluded they would automatically have been included.* And since they, therefore, meet their opposing feeling of positivity, they are whole, which feels good. So does feeling happy/sad, that is the combo arising from losing the interest in the former relations based on exclusion.*

That negativity is terrible, and not part of your personality is another story of yours which is rooted in the wish to be better than others. Yet most of your daily activities, among others reading this, requires negativity because, without the negative pole in an electrical wire, there would be no energy to replicate this article on the screen.

And Amethyst, for example, emits negative ions to produce biochemical reactions that create positive vibes and thus relieves stress. Likewise bringing back home your negativity from where you hid it in the body into your awareness will do wonders there.

The special self* believes everything would be much better if others would listen to it and follow its lead. Yet it seldom has a solution to the things it points out as wrong – at least not one that can be implemented. Its primary focus is to find faults in others so they can be blamed for having caused its negative feelings, and they, therefore, are disassociated from the special self, which thus appears to be positive.

Since blaming others for its own negativity makes the special feel guilty, it feels relieved when somebody else is convicted for a crime. This makes it feel that the guilty one has been found and it, therefore, does not need to fear being punished for making others wrong in order to make itself look right.

Being the basic self* and thus perceiving every moment as the perfect moment (read more about that here) does not necessarily mean the body is perfect. But since the basic self perceives its condition as it is what it is,** you feel good regardless of it. Alexius body, for example, has chronic inflammation in the lungs and he has had several operations in the heart, although he never has been smoking and always been eating healthy and exercising. One leg is shorter than the other, and one of his eyes hardly works. He has rhinitis and whatnot. The list goes on.

Most of the time, he does not try to change what cannot be altered. Sometimes, though, he turns into the special self* in an attempt to make things better. But since this attempt is based on not feeling good enough and therefore enhances that feeling, frustration builds up until he returns to the perception of the basic self,* namely it is what it is,** and thus feels good enough as he is.

This is not to say, that you do not take care of the body when you are grounded in the basic self* because regardless of being that or the special self*, you are bound to follow the instructions of the brain, which includes taking care of the body by brushing its teeth, for example. The special self,* however, does not like to follow orders, so although it does what it is assigned to do, it covers up its obedience by a perception in which it appears to be in charge or going with the flow.

As this perception is out of sync with the script of the brain, the special self* does not feel happy but rejected which it projects on the body, that does not know how to deal with this feeling since it is made to deal with physicality only. Thus the problem turns int a psychosomatic disorder, that cannot be healed until the sick idea of mixing body and emotions is dropped, so the body is free to heal itself*, and the emotional problems can be dealt with in the non-physical sphere where they were conceived.

The special self* does not want to see itself for better and worse, so it excludes everything from its awareness of itself that does not ratify its high-minded image of what it is or will be in the future when it is transformed.

Should you have conditioned yourself to feel relaxed when you hear a specific kind of music, you find yourself as a part of a play, where you imagine what you should feel, every time you hear this music. In other words, you do not feel what you feel but what you imagine you should feel in this situation. And as most of what you believe in feeling rests on your conditioning, you are hardly ever in touch with your emotions but what you have been conditioned to feel. This suits the special self very well. It does not want to feel its feelings as they are, but how it imagines them to be according to the story, it has made up of who it is.

Stubbornly insisting on being in the right is going to stiffen the shoulders and/or neck and thus create an emotional blockage that prevents the feelings arising out of the body from being processed by the brain as they are. Hence you can take over to process them into what you imagine you should feel according to collectively agreed on concepts that justify what you imagine to feel, for example disrespected.

If that is what you, in your culture, should feel if someone is more than 15 minutes late for a meeting, you can in a rational way present others with collectively agreed reasons for being hurt and thus to be in the right, while at the same time escaping what waiting for someone in vain actually made you feel, because justifying a feeling suppresses it and so does rationally explaining it. Thus the only thing you feel is the satisfaction of being in the right.

But since that only last as long as someone is willing to listen to the story of your made-up feeling, the satisfaction fades out when they have had enough. No worries. If you perceive the story as it as it is what it is,** nothing in it that adds up to something specific, so it cannot be used to justify being unfairly treated and therefore not suppress what you actually feel. Being in touch with that makes you feel so fulfilled that you do not need the satisfaction of being in the right.

The feeling you in this way have gotten in touch with will not trouble you as if not pinned on a story you or others have made up the feeling has nothing to cling onto. Consequently, it quickly makes a place for another feeling. Should that seem to be an unpleasant one, sadness for example, there is no need to avoid it because, in a world of duality, everything comes in pairs. So if not suppressed, its roommate, happiness, is also there, so you feel happy/sad.

Feelings only seem to be conflicting, if specific ones are judged to be wrong. When any kind of feeling is perceived as it is what it is, there are no conflicts. Thus feeling angry is not at odds with feeling peaceful but two sides of the same coin.

In the past, the special self set up a story of hate and revenge to use as the foundation for how to perceive the present, so that it seems to justify its hatred and to confirm its past the judgment of others as evil. And since the past, therefore, appears to repeat itself, the special self can rest assured in its perception of itself as good and others as bad.

When something that makes you feel sad is perceived as it is what it is** sadness is also experienced as gladness. First of all, because everything comes in pairs but also because if something has not made you happy at some point, it cannot make you sad. When your cat dies, for example, your sadness is related to the many years of gladness you had had when it was alive.

If you feel sad and it does not make you glad, you have altered the automatically made perception of it is what it is to I know what it is.**

Should you, however, make a perception that states I know what it is,** you will not feel glad as well as sad because the sadness becomes sticky by the story you make to justify that I know what it is.** Not so much because of the story but because spent much time trying to make others believe it, so it can be established, you have been the unjustly treated, and that is the reason you feel sad.

Since IBS is a sickness that cannot be measured physically, it is most likely caused by psychologically problems you excluded from the awareness as something of yours by hiding them in the stomach.

In other words, the feeling has been replaced by a rational expression about it that you can use to suppress the real feeling from your awareness and hide it in the darkness of the body, often in the stomach, where the repressed feeling, in an attempt to escape its imprisonment, causes a psychosomatic disorder like IBS.

If somebody triggers an old feeling of rejection in the special self, it first interprets this as an attack on its entity, next it justifies feeling rejected with the attacker. Since the focus, therefore, seems to be on the attacker, the feeling appears to be there as well and thus to have left the special self. Should the attacker expose this projection, the special self points out something from the past that makes the attacker feel guilty. In this way, the special self succeeds in feeling good by making somebody else look bad.

When you justify a feeling with something you judge to be wrong, you disguise the feeling behind a mental story of being treated wrong and thus feel huffy, for example. But you only pretend to feel this because it fits in your story which disguises from yourself and others what you actually feel, which is fear.

You are afraid of everybody because again and again, you have avoided the awarenesses of what you judge to be feelings of darkness IN yourself by projecting them on others. Hence you feel guilty and constantly go in fear for their retaliation. This would be too shameful to tell when you feel attacked, so you invent a story which justifies that you to feel something else caused by somebody. Hence they appear to be treating you bad and you to be innocent and good, so you can conclude there are no feelings of darkness in yourself.

This set up makes you feel stressed, which you, of course, blame somebody else for by making up a story that disguises you are stressed, so you can perceive others to be disturbed and you as relaxed, while you stresses on, and, therefore, maintain the tensions in the body and its attitude of attack/defence. Read more about that here. Everybody else knows you always look for something to attack, but they do not say anything because they do the same. That is why they recognise it in you.

To hide that you hate the whole world, you meet in special groups where everybody treats each other in accordance with a collectively agreed way of being united, for example by hugging and sharing. It is not love, though, but a wish to hide hatred that unites the group. This nobody wants to acknowledge, least of all they want to speak about in the group because anybody who does not have the self-control to censor themselves to only speak and act within the language of love established by the group, or its guru, is expelled from. And then there is nowhere to go where you can find relief from your despair.

Marriage is a social convention that produces numbing sameness, prioritising concepts of love over being in love.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The special self does not know any of its feelings. Emotions are something it talks about but never feels. To prevent itself and others from knowing what it feels, it hides its emotions from its awareness by projecting them onto the body.

Feelings come in pairs, hate and love for example. To know when you are in love, you must have felt hatred and vice versa. But since the special self* always excludes the unpleasant part of a pair from its awareness, it never knows what it feels and thus what it wants, so everything nothing seems to be good enough. This, of course, is corrected the moment you stop excluding feelings perceived to negative. Since including them, however, would destroy the carefully created image of being perfect, the special self* keeps on excluding the feelings that ruin its image of perfectness.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Since feelings are shaped by the way we perceive something, what we feel is our own responsibility. Any kind of feeling, however, will entertain us when it is perceived as it is what it is.** In regard to feeling amused it does not matter, therefore, what you have decided to feel when it is perceived as it is what it is.**

The stories that you make in which you appear to know how everything fit together, sooner or later clash with the actual experiences of the world where you appear to be.

If you do not perceive what you feel as it is what it is,** but as I know what it is,** you become numb because a feeling can only be perceived to be known when explained, and the explanation suppresses it. Thus you do not feel entertained but bored. To make up for that, you enhance the perception I know what it is** with stories that seem to confirm this and thus to make you feel good about how important you seem to be.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

There is no truth to extract from Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. They are a part of a world where there seems to be more than one, there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless, so such a world is non-existing. The differentiation of a basic and special self, therefore, is nonsense.

Any experience they seem to have is an illusion and that there are of three different ways of perceiving that is just as illusionary. But if it is beneficial in regards to exposing that, the purpose of the absurdity is fulfilled, and you do not have to read more.

It is very easy to meet the requirement of the enlightenment of that which is one, as all it requires is that you do not know what and where you are, and this nobody knows. That is unless you hide this by being exclusive instead of inclusive because by excluding something, you seem to be defined as someone definitive, who autonomously can decide what and where to be. The animation is grabbed from Ello.

PART 1:
Someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one knows, there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one. Most others think there must be more.

This does not mean that someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one knows about heaven or nirvana, how to unite with atman or god, be full of bliss or to transcend the self and whatnot. For someone like that, it seems like a waste of time to obtain such states of mind, as to know, unite, transcend or be something requires more than one and therefore remains within the illusion of a world where there seems to be more than one.

In that context someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one prefers googling for how and where to get good food, clothes and other practical things, that make it more comfortable to pretend being in a world where there seems to be more than one a world, instead of trying to escape it by learning about kundalini, states of bliss and whatnot. Someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one knows, there is nothing to escape, because there is no more than that which is one.

Being grounded, wise or anything else are not attributes of someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, because someone like has no need to be anything specific.

Therefore someone like that does not care for abstract ideas of nirvana, higher states of consciousness and whatnot. And when using words like ego, personality, duality, non-duality and oneness, it is without knowing what they are. Words are just something that has been learned in order to be able to communicate in a world where there seems to be more than one and not to promote itself as someone special.

Someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one does not feel alienated, when taking part in a world where there seems to be more than one, because someone like that does not believe to be there, as there is no more than that which is one. Yet someone like that is not taking part in the world in order to be or to have something. Actually, someone like that does not know that there is something to be or have, because all what is known is that there is no more than that which is one. This is not the same, however, as that which is one is known. It cannot be known, as it takes more than one to know something.

Yet someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one has no idea about what the world is, as it is in the eye of the beholder, and what is behold cannot be trusted. It is all make-believe.

Neither does someone like that knows the formlessness of that which is one, because it takes more than one to know something. Yet someone like that knows what everybody else in a world where there seems to be more than one also know, namely that such a world is unreal. But even though it has not been possible to verify the creation of the world and Quantum Physics basically says, it does not exist unless you look at it, most suppress that what they see is make-believe.

In other words, most things said and done in the world is based on denial, whereas the foundation for what someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one seems to say and do is that a world where there seems to be more than one is not real, because there is no more than that which is one.

Consequently, there is nobody writing this, and therefore no personality with a need to fabricate a consistent article written by someone special. This does not mean that there is no personality because in a world where there seems to be more than one, it is as necessary as the body. Yet there is nobody identified with the personality, neither the body.

Someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one has, like everybody else, its own personality. But unlike everybody else, it is not definitive but relative. In other words, the personality can, just like the hands of the body, for example, be used in many ways, as there is no attachment to a special expression of it  Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The personality, however, still carries out its duty, namely to collect info that seems to prove, the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one is real. But as there is no identification with the personality, the apparent differences that it points out in the world are met with indifference. Hence they do not make a difference, and separation makes no sense. In other words, there is no more than that, which is one.

This is not something that has been realised by someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one. Not knowing and yet knowing that there is no more than that which is one is a natural state of someone like that.

PART 2: Someone who is not to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one can be compared to someone who is online all the time. The light of the sun is never seen – only the light of the screen is seen. Likewise, you never see the light from that which is one, when you believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. All the light you see in such a world is artificial, no matter where it seems to come from because such a world is not real.

Actually, all light that can be seen is an illusion, because it takes more than one to see something and there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one. Therefore the light from that which is one is not something you see, neither is it something you become, as that also requires more than one.

To not see and neither be the light of that which is one, you must be willing to undo the belief in being someone at all. Forgetting what and where you are or not caring about more accomplishes this.

Inclusiveness results in nothing, because without the exclusion of something, you cannot be defined. Not being definable there is nothing to hide the formlessness of that which is you.

The more you include, the less you appear to be separated but alone together, which is the obvious way back to the formlessness of that which is one, as this is how you imagined to leave it. The graphic is grabbed from Ello.

You are defined as someone definitive by what you do not like in yourself and therefore exclude by projecting it on others. In other words, it is the exclusion of something from what you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, that defines you as someone definitive there.

From this follows that if you do not exclude anything but include everything, you are not defined as someone definitive, neither is there no more for you to become or have, and so there is nobody to believe that you are someone definitive.

Theoretically speaking everything can be included right now. Yet you may want to take it slower and do it along the way, because the more the belief in being someone definitive is undone, the less you suffer from it, and so you are able to enjoy the excitement of this belief while having it undone.

You cannot fail when practising inclusiveness. If you forget to include something, you include your forgetfulness. And if you think, it is a sin to forget something, you include being a sinner.

Nothing has to be changed or made better to make inclusiveness work. It is very simple. You can never do it wrong because if you do, you include that.

You can also have the belief in being someone definitive undone in a similarly smooth way by having glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one (see the article Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment) or connecting with the empty breath (see hack #5.2 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing).

There are many ways to a state of not-knowing and its bliss of emptiness. All the duality hacks except for the enlightenment of that which is one takes you there. There is no way, however, to the enlightenment of that which is one, as that requires more than one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The last two approaches require you to open up to the world of the inner senses, but if you prefer to remain in the world of the outer senses while slowly but surely having the belief in being someone definitive undone, you stick to inclusiveness as described above. Another approach that also sets off from the world of the outer senses is to pretend to be in it instead of believing to be there (see hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation) or to perceive everything as a symbol of that which makes it possible to experience them (see hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life or simply be what you already are as someone definitive, namely alone together (see hack #8.8 Alone together is the key to that which is one).

If you do not want to take it slow but to have the belief in being someone definitive undone in less than no time, you bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one. See HACK #6-7, Inner senses, enlightenment and glimpses of it.

Apart from the enlightenment of that which is one, the above approaches overlap each other. Basically, they all lead to what in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings is called a state of not-knowing, which after-effect is perfect moments. They are not perfect in the sense that there is nothing wrong, but that everything right and wrong or whatever is perceived as it is what it is, so nothing is right or wrong.

The best of the above approaches to use is the one that suits you the most. If it changes from day-to-day, that is the way to go for you. Alexius follows the empty breath, which like an automatic gear shift between the above approaches, that makes you indifferent to the apparent differences of a world where there seems to be more than one.

All that being said about ways, the formlessness of that which is one is everything, because what is formless is endless. Hence a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion, including any way out of it. So to fully undo the belief in such a world, the way you appear to go must be undone as well.

PART 3:
Though Alexius is someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, he does not know what it is. So if you after having read Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings have the impression that he knows something, you may have fooled yourself into thinking, that he believes he as someone definitive is making them.

Alexius does not believe to be someone definitive.  It is just something he pretends to be, and what he writes while pretending this is not something he has devised. As a vessel, he simply types what he receives without trying to understand it.

There is not something to understand in regard to the enlightenment of that which is one, as what is understandable has a beginning and an end, whereas that which is one is formless and therefore endless. That is why the enlightenment of that which is one does not supply you with a higher understanding but simply leaves you with nothing.

It is also why there is nothing outside of it, neither you, Alexius or his non-teachings. This is not to say that you, Alexius and his non-teachings are inside of it. What is formless has no sides, so there is no inside. Besides, it takes more than one to be somewhere.

It cannot be known what the enlightenment of that which is one is, because it requires more than one to know something, and all that it reveals is that there is no more than that which is one. Consequently everything you seem to know about it is wrong.

In other words, Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings does not point to the formlessness of that which is one, as there is nothing outside of it. Furthermore, formlessness takes up no space, so there is nothing to point to.

You may think that what can be seen is real, but it is the other way around, only that which cannot be seen is real, because reality is the formlessness of that which is one and as formlessness has no dimensions it is invisible.

But Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings point to the experience of you, Alexius, his non-teachings and anything else conceivable as an illusion, because it takes more than one to experience something and there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one.

Alexius body is not full of light, neither is he the way, as Jesus supposedly claimed that he was. The enlightenment of that which is one is formless, so it cannot fill a body defined by time and space. Also it takes at least two and not one to fill something with something.

For the same reason there is no way leading to the enlightenment of that which is one. No worries. It is not needed, because that which is one is formless, so it never ends and consequently cannot be left. Hence there is no Alexius or anybody else to enlighten.


NOTES: In a world where there seems to be more than one, it seems there is a lot to learn about how to function there. In that context, Alexius knows something, for example how to type and publish Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings on the web. Yet he does not use his worldly knowledge to make him appear as if he is special, but as a means to undo the belief in being someone at all.

In the context of spirituality, Alexius knows nothing, because spirit is the formlessness of that which is one. This article is written in that context.

PART 1:
Gurus and others talking about silence, inner peace and bliss are trying to seduce you into believing, that they know how to find shelter from the world – or how to transcend it. But how can they claim, there is something to find in a world, they also say is an illusion or a dream? Everything found in a dream is of course equally illusionary, no matter if it seems to be found inside or outside of an appearance there or whether it is judged to be pure or whatnot.

Although the dreamer cannot be seen in the dream, everything in it symbolises the dreamer
The foundation of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings is that a world where there seems to be more than one is to be compared to a dream or a movie – in other words, it is an illusion! This is possible to sense, just like when you – within the illusion of a world where there seems to be more than one – have a dream and for a moment sense it is not real.

Regardless the distances and the apparent different persons in a dream, there are no distances and no differences at all. Everything is in the dreamer, so no matter where you appear to be in the dream you are with the dreamer. It is only the belief in its realty, that separates you from each other.

This does not mean, that you in such a moment see what is real, but that you sense the unreality of a world where there seems to be more than one. What is real you cannot see, as there is nothing real in an illusion, no matter what you seem to think, feel experience or read – included Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. But if can you sense, what you think is you is nothing but a fleeting appearance be in a dream, it is likely that the dreamer of it is real.

Reality though is not something definitive. It is formless and much more energetic than you can ever imagine in the dream of a world defined by time and space. Millions of atomic bombs exploding at one time are nothing compared to the formless energy of that which is one.

It is one perpetual present at an unimaginable speed – so fast that there is no difference to see and nobody has the time to see anything. That is why nothing is happening in the formlessness of oneness. See A world where there seems to be more than one is to be compared to a movie of that which is one played in slow motion.

Alexius is speaking from vague memories of the enlightenment of that which is one, where the dream of a world defined by time and space is no more and therefore neither Alexius to experience something. That is why – apart from the certainty that there is no more than that which is one and therefore not a world where there seems to be more than one – he only has vague memories of it.

If you experience or are aware of something, you are either unreal or hallucinating
The experience of seeing something can only occur in a world, where there seems to be more than one. In such a world one perpetual present seems to be hidden behind the idea of linear time, as it gives the impression, there is a continuous flow of endless events with each their own past and a future.

Reality is that which is one. There is neither nothing inside or outside, as that requires more than one.

Selected fragments of this flow some gurus want you to freeze and uphold as if it is a state of peace or stillness, but just like everything else in a world where there seem to be more than one these states are based on excluding something upsetting or disturbing.

In other words, as they are based on the belief in separation, they exclude the only peace and stillness there is, namely the formlessness of oneness, which has no disturbances, as it takes more than one to be disturbed by something. So if you are feeling disturbed or feeling anything at all, you are either unreal or hallucinating.

The enlightenment of that which is one versus glimpses of it
The enlightenment of that which is one is a moment, that starts in the dream of a world where there seems to be more than one. Yet in the exact same moment, the dream is over. As that which is you were not in the dream, it is not awakening to a new awareness. On the contrary, there is no awareness of anything, neither that you seemed to have believed being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, as that requires more than one. There is just one bright light – so intense that there is nothing to see and therefore nothing to be.

The enlightenment of that which is one sucks you through a black hole, that starts like a zen circle, except the ´drawing´ of it starts off from the top going extremely quickly in both directions at the same time with a brush like a stroke at both of the ends like in this image. When they meet, an extremely bright light – neither opaque or transparent – explodes out of it while extracting the thought construction you identify to be you, so that there is nothing to suck into the black hole. But the two strokes making the black hole will not meet if you have registered them as for example moving black strokes looking like a zen sign, because you are comparing it to the past and so you go back there. In other words, the black hole is not completed and you are back in a world where there seems to be more than one. From this follows that this description is a mix of my vague memories of the enlightenment of that which is one and my many glimpses it, that stops with the forming of the circle around the black hole. The light is there to suck what has been stripped free of the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one through a black hole into that which is one. That is if there are no leftovers of this belief because if there is, you will think that you see something and therefore return to a world where there seems to be more than one, because only in such a world can something be experienced to be seen by somebody.

In other words, if it is perceived as if there is something definable in the enlightenment of that which is one, you will again appear to be someone definitive in a world defined by time and space.

Those who have exciting enlightenment experiences to tell about have held onto the belief in being someone definitive and therefore not as nobody been sucked through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one, so what they have experienced is a glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one.

Glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one can be experienced by seeing, hearing, feeling or tasting it. But as it requires more than one to experience something, the glimpses are not the enlightenment of that which is one.

From from the perspective of a world defined by time and space the enlightenment of that which is one leads to nothing, because there is not something to see, and therefore nothing to define you as someone definitive. That which is one has no perspective, as it requires more than one to have something.

For someone who is fed up of appearing to be someone definitive, it is frustrating to only have glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, but for those who love to appear as someone special it is perfect, because the glimpses can be used to pump up the specialness by lecturing or writing books about the experience of a vast empty space full of pure consciousness, love, bliss or whatever the glimpses are interpreted to reveal.

But it has nothing to do with the enlightenment of that which is one because only someone definitive can be full of pure consciousness, love, bliss or anything else.

The rogue consciousness of the self* likes to give the impression, that it can help you get more, whether in a so-called spiritual or materialistic way. Yet you never get anything but the need for even more. This need, however, you already had. It was because of that, you believed to be someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, so it seems, that although that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

PART 2:
Someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, as well as someone who is not, knows nothing. Those not to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, however, do their best to act as if they know a lot, whereas someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one has no such need, as the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one is not perceived to make a difference, and so there is nothing to know – except of course that there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one.

So whether you think, that you know, why it is raining, why you or somebody else do this or that, what you think you know is an illusion, as it takes more than one to know something and the formlessness of that which is one is everything, because what is formless is endless.

From this follows that to love or help somebody, just like everything else in a world where there seems to be more than one, is an illusion, and therefore not an attribute of that which is one.

Nothing that requires more than one is an attribute of oneness. In other words, love and whatnot only seem to be possible in a world where there seems to be more than one. Believing to be someone in such a world, however, they can be useful in regard to having the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one undone. That is if this is the purpose of using them. In a world of linear time, this appears to takes time. In the process, however, the duality hacks will enable you to enjoy the illusion of that while having the belief that you are someone enjoying something undone. This does not apply to hack #6-7.1 From the inner senses through a black hole into that which is one, as there is nothing to enjoy in the fastest way possible to have the belief in being someone undone, namely the enlightenment of that which is one because it takes more than one to enjoy anything. All that being said about ways, the formlessness of that which is one is everything, because what is formless is endless. Hence a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion, including any way out of it. So to fully undo the belief in such a world, the way you appear to go must be undone as well.

A person cannot bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one. But a person can momentarily forget what and where it appears to be so that there is not something definable to hide the formlessness of that which is one. If a person just partly forgets what and where it appears to be, the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be bid welcome. Yet such a person may have glimpses of it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

EPILOGUE:
Who is looking for food but those with an empty stomach. And who is looking for enlightenment, but those who feel empty. Unfortunately most try to fill this the emptiness with something of a pleasurable nature like for example bliss. But nothing can fill this emptiness, because it is a fantasy based on the belief, that you are someone specific in a world defined by time and space, and that which is you is formlessness of oneness, so that is not possible.

That is why you are bound to feel empty if believed to be someone specific. The solution to feeling empty is therefore not to fill up the emptiness but to undo the belief in being someone definitive.

An enlightened (in the sense of the enlightenment of that which is one) never ask ´who am I?´, because there is no doubt there is no more than that which is one and therefore not a world where there seems to be more than one – regardless it appears to be astral and whatnot. Consequently the enlightened has no need for communities, discussions, so-called interesting exchanges or dialogues, sending love or anything else to make it appear as if there is someone specific there. Someone compared to the enlightenment of that which is one do not believe but pretend to be someone.

Are there degrees of enlightenment?

Enlightenment can also be felt and heard in several degrees. AUM can open your inner ear.

The answer to the question in the headline is both yes and no. Before I start to elaborate on this, I like to remind you that if two people drink the exact same cup of tea, they will most likely describe it differently. Maybe one of them talks about it in a very ecstatic way and the other one in a very down-to-earth way. Still, it is the same tea, so – in the context of this metaphor – please focus on the tea and not the description, when you read this article.

In the enlightenment of that which is one everything happens in such a speed that there is no way for the mind to do its usual thing of labelling and categorising in order to put everything appear into understandable boxes. This is an after rationalisation because there is nobody in the enlightenment of that which is one to think of such a thing or to be aware of the world, so it is just not there.

This enlightenment is not an experience, neither a state, as there is no ´I´ in it to be aware of something, It is that which is one, and there are no degrees of it. How long time it lasts in the context of linear time is not to say, because it is one perpetual present.

To rise again from the dead, as it feels like when returning from the enlightenment of that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one, you again appear to be someone definitive. Yet, this is not something you believe to be but pretend to be. But whether you believe or pretend to be there, it is something that requires more than one, and so it seems to hide the enlightenment of that which is one.

You can compare it to activating an app on your computer or smart media. When you do it, the desktop – although still there – is hidden until you turn off the app again.

Alexius is like every other person in the world not perfect. But unlike most others he knows, it is not possible to be perfect, because that requires more than one and there is no more than that which is one.

Alexius was very young when the belief in being someone definitive for the first time momentarily was turned off. He did not know about the enlightenment of that which is one from books or anywhere else, and he did not consider himself to have – what the purist may call – a pure mind or body. He probably still doe not has that, because the enlightenment of that which is one does not change anything in the world. Nothing is transformed into peace, love, purity or whatever. There is no more than that which is one, so there is not something to transform. That is the revelation of enlightenment – and there are no degrees in that.

Balance is a concept invented, so that you can always feel out of balance and therefore constantly is occupied trying to get it. Being on a mission like that, you do not have time to see that there is no balance in an illusion – neither btw in that which is real. Reality is one and it takes two to have a balance.

Spiritual wannabe´s try to follow special ideas like for example the concept of balance – as if there is any balance in an illusionary world – so that when they have achieved the right balance they are considered spiritual, which they imagine is manifested by them moving at a very slow pace. This state of numbness they have decided is to be in higher consciousness. Yet high consciousness is as illusory as low, as it takes more than one to be have something. If instead they acknowledged, that they do not know what and where they are, the enlightenment of that which is one comes so fast, that the mind has no time to distinguish anything and therefore forget about concepts of spirituality and whatnot.

He has no answer to questions like how come he bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, or how come he returned to the world again. All he can say is that at this very moment, he is writing this article in a world, that seems to be full of degrees. So yes, in such a world you can experience degrees of enlightenment. But they are not the enlightenment of that which is one though, but glimpses of it.

When he was a child, he was not allowed to see the fully decorated Christmas tree before Christmas Eve. But he took some sneak peeks through the keyhole in the door and was very amazed by the light he saw. Those sneak peeks can be compared to glimpses of enlightenment. You are still in your normal world from where you have glimpses of something very different.

In the context of this metaphor, it is not only the beautiful light from all the candles, you experience looking through the keyhole, you can also hear all the glitter move on the green leaves. Actually, if you are more audio than visual-minded, it might be these sounds, that bliss you out rather than the light.

Apart from the visual and audiovisual aspects of the enlightenment of that which is one, there are also aspects of feeling and tasting it. You do not, however, need to follow all the aspects to come back to that which is the oneness of you. One aspect will do. Personally, I have followed the visual and emotional aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one in the non-degree version. Yet, as it is one perpetual present, it cannot be brought back into a world of linear time, so there are just vague memories of it.

Glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one is experienced through the inner senses when the outer ones are partly closed. And just like ordinary experiences, there are degrees of them, and they can be remembered in the world of the outer senses. These glimpses come to him daily in various degrees of the four aspects of the enlightenment of that which is one. The easiest one – in his case – is the emotional experience of hearing and feeling the sound that Aum or Sohang symbolises.

It sounds and feels like the vibrations from an enormous vacuum cleaner or the ventilation plant in an airport. I have met people who have heard this humming when meditating but disregarded it as a sound coming from their neighbour hovering. People are spending so much time repeating Aum or Sohang in expectation of something mysterious to happen when all they have to do is to repeat it a few times to get in tune with the humming floating on top of the ´end´ of the word. You can read the practical instruction on how to do this in this article.

The word Aum or Sohang can be compared to the control knob on an analogue radio, that you use to fine-tune into hearing just one station. When you have gotten it, you do not need the control knob – or in this case, the word Aum or Sohang to hear the echo of that which is one. If you hear or feel the humming of that which is one, while still aware of the world, it is a glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one, which is revealed in degrees depending on how much you are unaware of a world, where there seems to be more than one.

All degrees of enlightenment are experiences, and any experience is part of the illusion of the world. It seems, however, that these degrees of enlightenment bring you closer to the beginning of the world – before the big bang – which often is experienced as a paradise full of ecstasy and bliss. Yet as any all other experiences these also have an end. So does this article.

The mind may expect a conclusion to the above, but there is none – and if you do not try to make one yourself, you are on the way to experience glimpses of enlightenment. You can read how to speed it up in this article.

Why do the oranges fall down from the trees outside the house of Alexius every November? The answer is simple, it is the season for that. Likewise, it seems to be the season for Alexius to write an article about bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one and the fear it may involve.

As it also takes more than one to return to that which is one, there is no help to get from it. Besides, it does not know that you believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. It is not possible, because that which is one is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than that which is one. But it is possible to imagine being someone specific in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Most books or lectures about the enlightenment of that which is one are based on speculations of how to exclude what is judged as bad in order become full of light and joy. But to exclude is to separate and therefore an enhancement of the belief in being someone definitive – and nothing definable can enter the enlightenment of that which is one .

The enlightenment of that which is one can be compared to taking a ride in a fairground carousel so fast, that the mind has to give up seeing any differences at all. The enlightenment of that which is one undoes this imagination. Yet it is not an experience, neither a state of mind or some kind of being or consciousness, as it takes more than one to experience or be something. In other words, the imagination of being someone definitive is wiped out by the enlightenment of that which is one, so there is nobody left to experience bliss or anything else. Therefore, what he is about to tell is not based on his experience of the enlightenment of that which is one, but vague memories of it.

His memories may seem to imply, the enlightenment of that which is one is a sequence of events happening in linear time, but that is only because one perpetual present cannot be described in a world of linear time. And even though it is described as it ´happened´ many years ago, in non-linear time, it is still ´happening´. In other words, his description may be a mix of several ´excursions´ from linear time into one perpetual present.

An early morning, when he was 22 years old, he bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one after having intensely worked as a taxi driver for about 15 hours. Somehow the sum of the images from driving around the streets continually looking for customers turned the world into something less definable and more blurry. As he had no energy left to establish a focus of the world, he was sucked into by a spiralling show of psychedelic light, that did not seem to come from anywhere.

The enlightenment of that which is one is to be compared to the fusion of all lights, or sounds, or emotions, or tastes – depending on our preference as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

None of these fusions are the formlessness of that which is one. They are merely tools for attracting you to the extent, that you do not fight it, when all the thoughts collected to fabricate your personality are extracted by it, so that there is not something definable to be sucked through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one.

This article is about the first time the belief in being someone definitive momentarily was undone for Alexius, so the enlightenment of that which is one was bid welcome. It is the most known aspect* of it, namely light, that was bid welcome. Later its other aspects* – sound, emotion and taste –was also bid welcome. Not as a mix though  but one by one. It is not possible to mix something in the enlightenment of that which is one, as that requires more than one.

I assume it is not necessary to bid welcome all the aspects* of the enlightenment of that which is one, but that one of them is sufficient in regard to completely forget the imagination of a world where there seems tl be more than one.

Suddenly a black spot with no fixed location, nor a fixed form, looking like a horse head or an embryo showed up. And then a completely colourless light – brighter than the coloured light outside the black spot – started to show as a ring outside the edges of the black spot, that must have been a hole, as colourless light exploded out of it.

This light took over everything, as it was everywhere and yet nowhere. And just like that extracted the concept of Alexius and a world where there seems to be more than one and left it at the edge of the black hole, so the nothingness of him gracefully was falling through it into the formlessness of that which is one. If it was falling or floating he cannot recall because everything happened simultaneously, but there is a sense of forever falling while at the time floating in a space that was not there – and then in the exact same moment as forever falling there was nothing.

That is all folks. There is no more to tell. At this point, the enlightenment of that which is one is over, and there is nothing but the formlessness of that which is one, as it is called in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. It is not a big void of nothing filled with exotic ideas of unconditional love and whatnot. On the contrary. It is not filled with anything since that requires more than one

There is nothing to disturb you in that which is one, because there is no more than one. It is so simple compared to the peace fabricated in a world where there seems to be more than one, as that is always based on having to exclude something disturbing.

Thus it is neither peaceful or anything else. Metaphorically speaking the speed of it is so fast that it is not possible to differentiate anything. The conception of separation is not possible, so there is not something to see, nor anyone to see this. That is why stillness is not needed. Fortunately, because it is incredibly noisy – and then again all the noise is so loud, that it merges into one sound, all lights into one light, all emotions into one feeling and all tastes into one taste, that last no time.

This is not to be understood as the enlightenment of that which is a mix of light, sound, emotion and taste. These are four aspects* of it, but you only bid one of them welcome at a time. It does not matter which one of them. They all have the same purpose. Namely to attract you to such an extent, that you cannot help but let them extract all thoughts making it appear as if you are someone definitive and leave them at the edge of a black hole so that there is nothing definable to be sucked through it into the formlessness of that which is one.

It is, of course, a metaphor to say, oneness is on the other side of a black hole, as it is formless and therefore without end, inside or outside – also without size.

Dunno if there is a spiral around the black hole of the enlightenment of that which is one, because being that close nothing seems to differ from each other. Yet for a moment so short, that it is not conceivable, a light inside the edge of the black hole so much brighter that the very bright light around it, suddenly explodes into a formless light that does not include Alexius but the formlessness of that which I am. I seem to remember a spiral around a black hole in the enlightenment of that which is one. I do not remember it exactly as in this image – either because everything was moving so fast or I was so close that nothing seemed to differ from each other. Yet for a moment so short, that it is not conceivable, a light inside the edge of the black hole – so much brighter than the very bright light around it – suddenly like thousands of atomic bombs exploded into a formless light that erased anything definable, so what ´happened´ after being sucked by this light through a black hole I cannot tell, neither can I find any image on the web that can illustrate the vague memories of the nothingness of everything. The enlightenment of that which is one is unexplainable
When the belief in being Alexius momentarily was undone, and the enlightenment of that which is one was bid welcome, he had never seen a black hole before (and fortunately he did not see it in the enlightenment of that which is one, as otherwise, he would have bounced back to a world defined by time and space), so description of the entrance to that which is one as a black hole is made in retrospect. And calling it an entrance is a metaphor because there is neither an entrance or an exit to that which is endless.

Actually, it was not before much later, when he saw pictures of black holes from far out in the universe, that he sensed how familiar they were – much more than appearing to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be explained in a world, as it takes more than one to explain something

Describing the enlightenment of that which is one in a world, where there seems to be more than one, is not possible, because even though so much is happening nothing is happening because it is one perpetual present.

To bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, you, of course, do not have to drive a taxi all night or be in ´a deep sleep´ like Buddha supposedly described it. Whatever way you lose focus or stop defining and labelling will do in regard to bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one. Meditation though may work against this because many use it to concentrate and focus in an attempt to achieve something specific – and anything definable fence of the enlightenment of that which is one.

The return from that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one
How come Alexius returned to a world where there seems to be more than one after the enlightenment of that which is one? According to legend Buddha returned out of compassion for others. If this is the case for Alexius, he is not aware of it. But why should he return out of compassion for others, when there is no more than that which is one.

Jesus, who also seemed to return, said that going to heaven – assuming that by going there meant to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one – is more difficult than for a camel to go through an eye of a needle. And in ancient scriptures of India, it is often said that you have to come empty-handed.

It seems that a person momentarily can forget to uphold the believe in being someone definitive so that there is not something definable to go through the eye of a needle into the enlightenment of that which is one – but it also seems, this eye of a needle is just big enough for a slight leftover of the belief in being someone definitive to pass through, and that this little piece will fear being entirely annihilated by the formlessness of that which is one.

To defend itself against this, it hangs onto anything that it can define as something, and by doing so you are back as someone definitive in a world limited by time and space, where things happen at such a slow speed, that there is plenty of time to realise, there is nothing to fear if you do not believe to be someone definitive, as then there is nothing to annihilate.

We cannot know how come, Buddha and Jesus returned to a world where there seems to be more than one in order to appear as if they were somebody specific there, but from also having returned Alexius knows there is nobody to help in such a world and nothing to heal but the sick belief, that something appearing to be definable can block out the formlessness of oneness.

Maybe he wanted to be reestablished as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, so he could escape what was perceived to be a relentless power taking away his free will and totally wipe out what he believed to be, which is also true as seen from the point of believing to be someone definitive. But if you do not uphold this belief, there is no free will to take away or anybody conceivable to wipe out – and therefore nothing to fear.

Seen from the perspective of that which is one, which is only possible metaphorically speaking as it takes more than one to see something, nothing is taken away or wiped out, because there is no more than that which is one.

Without the belief in being someone, there is no annihilation to fear
Fear of annihilation, as talked about in the above, is often related to an authority problem. In the case of Alexius, he perceived his father and later other authority figures as somebody determined to take away his free will and incorporate him like a satellite in their world.

If such a perception is correct or not is not the matter. Freedom is only a problem if you have chosen to believe that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Without this belief, there is no more than that which is one, and therefore nothing to take away anything.

It is not possible though to completely stop believing that you are someone definitive while appearing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one because otherwise, it would not appear to be there. It is also not possible to solve all unsolved issues with others, as being someone specific is based upon having those problems.

But it is possible to realise, that problems are simply something you pretend to have in order to appear as someone definitive, so when the enlightenment of that which is one exposes them, there is no reason to take the fear of being annihilated by an omnipresent power serious, because the problems are not yours but something you pretend to have.

Another straightforward way to undo the belief in being someone specific is to see everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one. When you as a person in the world is nothing but a symbol, it is not fearful when this symbol is erased by the enlightenment of that which is one, so only that which it symbolises is left. You can read more about this in hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life.

To see that being someone definitive is nothing but make-believe, you must first acknowledge, that you think, you know what and where you are – and that you therefore are mistaken.

The fastest way to undo the belief in being someone at all is to realise that you do not know what and where you are. When there is not someone to be conscious about someone definitive, there is nothing to lose or let go off.

The above ways of undoing the belief in being someone definitive does not require enlightenment. It definitely helps, but the despair of appearing to be someone in a capsule of time and space is just as good a prerequisite.

A season for everything
That there is a way to undo the belief in being someone definitive, may be an obstacle in itself, because ultimately speaking there is nothing to undo and nobody to return to the formlessness of oneness, as there is no more than that which is one. So maybe Alexius just appeared to return from the enlightenment of that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one because it was the season for such imagination. And maybe one day it is the season imagination is over so that there is no imagination to hide the unimaginable, namely that which is one. Do not know, and it does not really matter, because there is no more than that which is one, regardless of seasons or whatever else imagined that requires more than one.

*) The article is about the most known aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one, namely light. Whatever aspect that comes to you when you bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one depends on your preferences as someone definitive. If you, for example, are very visual, light is what comes to extract all definable traits of yours, so there is not something to be sucked through a black hole into that which is one. To NOT exclude is to exclude the belief in being someone definitive

Exclusiveness is the foundation of appearing to be someone definitive in a world of duality, as it favours one side of a contrast over the other, whereas inclusiveness cancels out the apparent difference in contrasts. The foundation of your appearance as someone definitive in a world of duality is exclusiveness. Fist one side of a contrast is judged to be better than the other. Secondly, the bad side is excluded by projecting it on somebody, so that you appear to be good at the expense of somebody else, who appears to be bad. Inclusiveness, on the other hand, cancels out the apparent difference of contrasts, so that the more there is included the less you appear to be someone definitive and the less there appear to be others, which means the foundation for the belief in separation is fading out. PART 1:
Appearing to be someone in a world of duality you cannot be happy all the time. A feeling needs to be contrasted by its opposite in order to be experienced as something specific. You would not know happiness if not for sadness. In other words, as high as you want to go, as low you must be prepared to fall.

The wish to have one feeling only is a memory from non-duality – a twisted memory though because there are no feelings in non-duality, as it is that which is one and it takes more than one to have a feeling about something.

For the same reason, there are no contrasts in non-duality. Yet a world of duality cannot be experienced without them. And that is why non-duality cannot be implemented in a world of duality. In such a world you must have darkness to have light, war to have peace, negativity to have positivity and so on.

Furthermore, it is not possible to experience light without the exclusion of its contrast darkness and vice versa. The nature of non-duality, however, is not to exclude but include, so if you try to implement it in a world of duality it cannot be experienced, because inclusion cancels out the opposites of a contrast so that there is no difference to perceive and therefore no duality.

Being a person in a world of duality is effortless, the more its apparent differences is not perceived to make a difference, because then separation is not confirmed and so its outcome, suffering, does not need to be avoided.

If the two sides of the contrasts, that seem to define you, are not kept separated but allowed to meet, they will cancel each other out – and so you are free from being defined as either good or bad. Instead, you are nobody. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

In other words, inclusion undoes contrasts and therefore the belief in duality, so the more both sides of contrasts are included – instead of keeping them apart like for example Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde – the less you appear to be someone definitive in a world of duality.

But to include something you must first exclude it. If you want to experience love, for example, you exclude what you do not want to experience, namely hate, so that it can serve as a background for an experience of love. It is not necessary though to be conscious about the part of a contrast that you exclude, which in this case is hate because love could not be experienced without it.

So by fully devoting yourself to love, the other side, hate, is included as well, which means they no longer form a contrast. Therefore you neither have love or hate but indifference.

To resume, by using the premise of duality, namely contrast, you can have the belief in it undone by not keeping the two sides of a contrast separated but letting them join so that they do not form a contrast to each other and therefore do not confirm a world of duality anymore.

If you want to remain in a world of duality, you must always hold back, so that you do not lose yourself in the intensity of an experience. Finding mistakes or claiming that you need time to process what is happening are common ways of holding back so that you do not lose yourself in the intensity of the moment. PART 2:
Instead of trying to avoid the thoughts and feelings, that seem to disturb you, experience them so much that you are nothing but what you want to avoid. As a thought or a feeling needs a contrast in order for it to be experienced as something specific, what you want to avoid will simply vanish, when this is all that is experienced.

As one side of a contrast defines the other, you cannot have one without the other, when you feed and play into the experience of being someone definitive in a world of duality. So no contrast = no definition = no experience = no duality = non-duality.

Be aware though that if you for example experience hate to the extent that you are nothing but that, not only hate will go away but also its contrast love, as they are two sides of the same coin.

If you want to undo the belief in duality, do not hold back feelings or slow down thoughts, but follow the flow of them all the way through. In this way the experience of sex, for example, will be so intense, that it obliterate itself, because in the ecstasy of it there is no room for anything else, and nothing can be experienced without a contrast. Hence there is no experience, and therefore no experiencer to believe in duality.

In other words, each feeling has a prize, and the prize of love is hate. You cannot have one without the other. And if you have none of them you have nothing, which is the reality of duality. There is nothing in a world of duality because non-duality is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than that. Hence acknowledging to have nothing, you are nothing, and there is not something appearing to hide non-duality.

PART 3:
Try imagining to pump up the volume of music until it is so distorted, that it cannot be perceived as music. And then go on imagining to pump it up until it is so loud, that there is nothing to hear. Hence there is not someone definitive to know this.

Going all the way does not result in something but that which is formless.

It is not a suggestion to actually do this but to imagine it until the mind cannot grasp it, because the mind is the gap* between the appearance of you as someone definitive and the formlessness of that which is you.

PART 4:
The story of a person is mostly a sad one – and fear based as well. In order to be in balance and not miss out on anything, a person reacts to everything as if it is driving a car with the brakes on – assuming that going slow there is more time to understand and process life.

Yet looking for more of anything does not result in joy but stress, whereas releasing the brake is pure joy because that comes from driving so fast, that there is no time to define what and where you are.**

How to not be fearful but blissful

When a feeling, for example hate, is wholly justified with something in a world experienced to be outside of you, it seems to be transferred from what is believed to be you to something that is not believed to be you. This includes love as well because when hate cannot be experienced internally neither can its contrast love. In other words, hate and love do not seem to in you but a world outside of you.

But as these emotions only are excluded from your awareness, they are still in you. Not in the shape of hate and love though but of fear, because having justified hatred with something in an external world, you are scared of what it will do to you in return, so from the emptiness generated by your apparent dissociation from hate/love, fear pops up again and again.

Exclusiveness generates a belief in scarcity, contrary to inclusiveness that generates nothing, so there is not something to miss – and that is pure bliss.

Emptiness, however, is also the result of the full inclusion of hate, since that leaves nothing to contrast love, so neither that or hatred is experienced to exist at all. This emptiness, however, is not full of fear but bliss, as it is not based on the suppression of feelings but the transparency of exposing them as empty space.

Inclusiveness is pure bliss. That is, if everything excluded is not included, because when everything is included, there is nothing but the formlessness of that which is one, since it takes more than one to be blissful. In other words, by slowly including what has been excluded from your personality, moments of bliss will come and go in a world where there seems to be more than one, until there is no more to include and therefore not something to hide, there is no more than that which is one.

In this state of emptiness, everything in a world where there seems to be more than one is perceived as empty space in the sense that nothing seems to make sense. As it is a state of not-knowing, you cannot know how long you are in it. But measured in the linear time, it is not that long – at least not if you want to go on appearing as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, as then everything must constantly be perceived to make a difference.

A world where there seems to be more than one only appears to be there, because you want to believe, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Hence you imagine to be someone in a world in the empty space outside of the formlessness of that which is one, but there is nothing outside of it because since formlessness is endless. Nor is there something inside, as without an outside there is no inside.

When returning to the imagination of a world where there seems to be more than one, it is like empty space is being filled with clouds, and the more they are divided in contrasts like good and bad, light and dark, past and future and so on, the more you appear to be in a substantial world where there seems to be more than one.

Although the world appears to be just like before you entered a state of not-knowing, you are approaching it less emotionally. This does not mean, there are no emotions, but that you play with them instead of them playing with you. That may offend a lot, but that is not a problem, because the more you are inclusive, the less there is a need to a be part of a world where there seems to be more than one.

In most cases, though hate is not entirely but partially excluded, so that a piece of it can be used to contrast a bit of love, and thereby ratify the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one. Just like the white background of these black letters is partially excluded, so that it can contrast the letters shaping this article into an article appearing to be right in front of you.

The less the opposing elements of a contrast appear to make a difference, the less they produce meaning – and since bliss does not come from something but nothing, the more bliss there is.

If the background, on the other hand, is completely excluded, there is not something to contrast the letters. Hence they disappear in a gap of nothingness, which seems very scaring for those seeking meaning and consistency, but very blissful for those seeking nothing.

The full inclusion of a feeling requires that it is totally felt internally. But as hate, which is the example used in this article, has been completely excluded from what you believe to be by justifying it with something perceived to be outside of you, you have dissociated yourself from not only hate but also its contrast love plus a bunch of other emotions, since the dissociation of the contrast of hate and love rubs off on others.

This results in emotional numbness, where only the fear or anger of the external appearance(s), that was used to justify the feeling of hate, seems to come through. No worries. If you are nothing but that fear and/or anger, there is no room for the justification and the hate it seemed to transfer to an external world, so it is not experienced to exist inside or outside of you. The same applies to love since there is no hate contrasting it.

In a state of not-knowing you are powerless, because you do not know what and where you are. Hence you are not aware, that you are in a pool of bliss, before it is over and blissful memories pops up from when you did not believe to be someone definitive.

As the resulting emptiness is not founded on exclusion but inclusion, it is not fear but bliss that pops up from it.

A sure way to not exclude but include is to not know what is going on, as that means there is not something to exclude.

If you by reflex exclude specific feelings, as soon as they pop up, and at the same moment forget why and how no need to change that. And should the above about including your justifications seem a bit too complicated, no need to improve your understanding or anything else.

The hacks in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are not about correcting your mistakes in a world where there seems to be more than one, but the belief that you are someone there.

In other words, whatever you seem to be in a world where there seems to be more than one needs no correction – only the belief that you are someone definitive and not the formlessness of that which is one needs to be corrected. And that it is when you include entirely, what you experience to be in this very moment.

When you cannot remember what you included, it has been completely included.

If you are not aware of what you re at this moment, this is what you include by completely being it, which you are when there is a willingness to be so.

Bliss is the natural outcome of not believing to be someone definitive. This you do not believe when the excitement of feeling something specific is not appealing.

As this willingness cancels out the included feeling as well as its contrast, and like the inclusion of one feeling momentary rubs off on others, the result is not that you embrace yourself, but that you are emptied out and therefore not definable as someone definitive. It is this emptiness that is pure bliss.

The willingness, however, often comes from being willing to admit, that you are not willing to be completely inclusive because even though it results in pure bliss, it is the end of you as someone definitive since bliss is the absence of being someone at all.

APPENDIX:
If you think, you are in a joyful mood because of the sunset or the sensation of the wind touching your warm body, you are justifying the feeling of joy and thereby dissociating yourself from it in proportion to how much it is justified to be caused by something perceived to be outside of you.

This you probably choose in order to distance yourself from being too joyful, because that would blow you away, so there would be nobody left to control your appearance as sexy and good-looking in the sunset – or in the future setups you have planned to be staged in as someone special in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Formlessness is that which is one, because if it was more than one, it would not be formless. And that is why it is nothing but peace.

In other words, the imagination of being someone definitive seems more exciting than the peace of formlessness, which cannot be imagined, neither experienced, since it takes more than one to imagine or experience something and what is formless cannot be more than one.

Those who believe to be somebody interesting only care for those, who can make them appear more interesting. That means they only care for illusions, because life is not interesting, since it that which is one and it takes more than one to be interesting. So be happy, when nobody seems to be interested in you.

But as formlessness is endless and therefore everything, whatever is imagined or experienced is make-believe. Hence there is nothing to plan or hope for but illusions.

PMT BM The absence of noise and silence is a state of not-knowing

When the contrast of noise and silence has been cancelled out by completely including one side of the contrast, the apparent difference in a world of duality between noise and silence is not perceived to make a difference, because you are in a state of not-knowing. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
If your lower back is sway-backed, the body makes a contrast in the upper back, so whether you fully include the pain of the lower or upper back is the same, because the inclusion of one side of a contrast cancels out both of them (see the below note). In other words, the apparent difference between the opposing sides of this contrast does not appear to make a difference anymore.

As the inclusion of one contrast momentarily rubs off on other contrasts, they are cancelled out as well, and as what you appear to be is defined by contrasts, there is nothing to define you as someone definitive. Ergo you are in a state of not-knowing. This does not necessarily mean that there is no more pain, but that there is nobody suffering from it. That is if the pain was not a symptom of a mental problem.

The body rebels against the unhealthy idea of a body-mind connection inflicted upon it by getting sick.

If you have forced the unfortunate belief of a body-mind connection onto the body, the mind sees its chance to get rid of its problems by dumping them in the body, so if you, for example, heal symptoms caused by the mind in the back, it will right away bury its problems somewhere else in the body. You can, therefore, keep on healing symptoms in the body until you approach the problem where it is, namely in the mind.

A mental problem can for example be that you try to restrict your sexual energy in accordance with specific concepts of society or yoga doctrines like tantra, but sooner or later your mental control of sexuality will settle in the body in the shape of muscle pain. But it is not easy to spot a problem in the mind, as it is probably hidden behind the noise of arguing about this and that. No worries. It is not necessary to pick out the problem. You just hack through the noise of the mind by completely including it, which is done by being nothing but noise – or at least be willing to (see the last paragraph in the below note about willingness). As this means there is nothing to contrast it, the existence of noise is no more, neither of its contrast silence.

This you do not know, however, because the cancellation of the opposing elements of one contrast in the mind momentarily rubs off on the others, so the mind is empty and therefore not able to define you as someone definitive. In other words, you are in a state of not-knowing and its bliss of nothing.

In a perfect moment, everything is alright as it is, regardless of where you are, because you are not there as someone definitive. Since this is a state of not-knowing, you cannot know how long time it will last.* So it is not before it is over, that you know a perfect moment lasts until you start perceiving the differences of the world to make a difference – and that everything is only alright as it is when you do not believe to be someone definitive. PART 2:
In a perfect moment, everything is alright as it is, because you have included the bad feelings by being nothing but bad, which means there is nothing good to contrast them, and without that the contrast of good and bad is no more. In other words, nothing is bad, neither good. Everything is as it is.

That is the way it goes with any other feeling you include. Being, for example, nothing but sad, there is nothing to contrast it, and so neither sadness or its contrast happiness appears to exist. As this nothingness momentarily rubs off on the other contrasts making up your personality, there is nobody left to judge the apparent differences of the world to make a difference.* That is why everything is alright as it is in a perfect moment.

Yet is not before a perfect moment is over* that there is someone to know everything is alright as it is when you do not believe to be someone definitive.

If you exclude evil feelings or thoughts, you are defined as not being evil but good.

But you do not want everything to be alright as it is when you believe to be someone definitive, as this belief is based on not being what others appear to be. So to appear as if you are good, you must make others bad, which you do by constantly blaming them for not being good enough.

You cannot enjoy a beautiful view like this if you do not have an experience of something ugly to contrast it. That is the way of duality. But if you fully include one side of this contrast both of them will be cancelled out inside of you, so that there is not a basis for perceiving the difference of beauty and ugliness in a world outside of you to make a difference.* Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

APPENDIX:
The more beautiful you install yourself in the world, the more ugliness you will be exposed to because that is how it is when you believe to be in a world of duality since it can only be experienced through contrast.

Contrasts, however, can also be used to undo this belief, as the inclusion of one of its opposite sides cancels out both of them*, so that there is nothing inside of you, that can be used to categorise the different appearances of a world appearing to be outside of you as neither beautiful or ugly.

Once upon a time, Alexius was into excluding irritation, assuming it would be replaced by relaxation if he could justify the feeling of irritation with somebody or something in the world outside of him.

It is actually Alexius who in third person writes this article. Both he and I are grateful that you read it, because even though we appear to be different from you, the difference is not perceived to make a difference. Neither is the apparent difference between us and Gudruång, who is considered to be the astral voice behind Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings (more about that in the note about Alexius at the end of the article).

This is not to say, that we are one in the spirit. There is no spirituality in a world defined by time and space, as spirituality is formless and therefore endless, so we and everything else definable – included astral worlds and whatnot – are an illusion.

But as we are equally illusionary (see the article We are in it together), we are in that sense at one. And as there is no illusion without reality, namely spirituality, we are also one in the sense, that no matter what we appear to be, we are all symbols of spirituality.*

Consequently the apparent difference between the non-teacher and non student makes no difference.

But it was quite stressing always to be on the lookout for something, that he could blame for his irritation so that it seemed to come from somebody or something else instead. See also the article Every moment is the perfect moment – also for dying in the rainforest about his experiences of this when he was rescued by a helicopter after being stuck for two days without food and water in the rainforest.

If you do not keep the opposite sides of a contrast – for example winner and looser – away from each other by projecting one of them onto somebody else, there is no space to separate them, and so nobody can be defined as winner or looser.

Fortunately, he recognised that it is much more comforting to include irritation by feeling it to such an extent that there is nothing else because then there is not something to define him as irritated. This does not have to be carried out when irritation arises, but whenever there is an awareness. It is never too late, including the past in the present and thus cancels it both the past and the present since the latter builds on the former.

When you are nothing but irritated, there is not something to contrast it. Hence the included cannot be categorised and consequently not experienced as something in existence, neither can its contrast that otherwise would be labelled relaxation. Put in short, the apparent difference between the two opposing elements of a contrast is cancelled out when one of them are fully included.

To be fully inclusive does not mean you must take a journey to the past in order to find hidden feelings. They are the foundation for the present, so all that is needed to be fully inclusive is willingness to include the moment as it is.****  Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

To fully include something does not mean, you laboriously have to make sure every bit of it is included, but that the purpose of the inclusion is to be in a state of mind, where you are nothing but what you include. In other words, it is not about perfection but intention. And should your intention be a bit lukewarm, you are still fully inclusive, if you include the lukewarm intention.

This has nothing to do with acceptance or forgiveness, as inclusion leaves nothing to accept or forgive. Neither does it have anything to do with embracing or owning your apparent thoughts and feelings, as that enhances the belief in being someone definitive instead of undoing it.

This does not mean that every little detail must be included. What matters is that this is your intention. And even if you are not a hundred per cent sincere about that, willingness to be so is good enough.**** See also the article No wrongdoings are possible by using the hacks of Alexius and It is NOT about making a difference.

The colours we believe to see in a world defined by time and space are based on the RYB colour model, where the primary colours are red, yellow and blue. These colours are subtracted from the colours of light, where the primary ones are red green and blue (RGB). The addition of the primary colours of the world (RYB) results in black and so does the addition of the primary colours in the colour wheel of professional printing (CMYK), while the addition of the primary colours of light results in white – see the middle in each colour model above. A computer, by the way, uses the colours of light. Depending on your conditioning you will either use the RYB or RGB model for perceiving the complementary colour to for example red, which is green in the RYB model and cyan in the RGB model, as you can see in the illustration. In some ways, this inclusion can be compared to what happens, when we for example experience the colour red to be in a world outside of us and the brain in the same moment generates its complementary colour cyan inside of us in order to cancel out the opposing colours and replace them by a neutral grey. So while we still experience the bold colour of red in a world outside of us, inside of us, it is a neutral grey, as that is always the result of combining complementary colours, which you can see illustrated in the image with the square colours.

As this happens so fast and most are not aware of what is going on inside of them, you may not notice the complementary colour. But if you stare at red for a sustained period of time – roughly thirty seconds to a minute – and then look at a white surface, you will see an afterimage of the complementary colour, which is cyan or green depending on what colour model you are conditioned to follow. The info about colours are based on the research Alexius did in this regard, when he was writing a book about colour theory for a Danish marketing school many years ago.

Returning to our story of not excluding but including irritation, the apparent difference between the opposing sides in the contrast of irritation and relaxation is not perceived to make a difference, when the inclusion of irritation has cancelled out itself as well as its contrast relaxation, or vice versa. And as this state of neutrality or indifference rubs off on other contrasts, they also become neutral and so there is nothing to define you as someone definitive anymore.

Listening to ´Sentinela´ by Milton Nascimento, Alexius is reminded about the first moment, when he appeared to be outside the formlessness of that which is one, and the glorious time he perceived to be ahead as someone separated from oneness. But as formlessness is endless, there is nothing else, so the experience of being outside of it and having a future there is make-believe.

Hence you are in a state of not-knowing, which is no different from the first moment of the world – see the article A perfect moment takes you back to the first moment of duality – where there are glimpses of that which is one in the form of ethereal light, celestial music, intangible sensibility or taste.** In Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, this is also called a perfect moment.

When the internet is down, the thoughts about what is possible to accomplish in cyberspace fade out. And until the internet returns, so does the image of what you appear to be there. See also the article The formlessness of that which is you is not in a world defined by time and space.

In some ways this is similar to a state of not-knowing, where thoughts that seem to manifest you as someone definitive do not pass by anymore, so that there is nobody to attribute any thought with a specific meaning, which means there is nothing to hope for, and that is pure bliss.

Nobody knows this, however, before the state of not-knowing is over, and the sweet memories of it reminds you of the bliss that comes from not believing to be someone definitive.

Since a perfect moment is a state of not-knowing, it is not before it is over, that you via vague memories of it become aware, it is also a state of bliss. This is not the same as the enlightenment of that which is one though because that is not a state. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Since a perfect moment is a state of not-knowing, it is not before it is over, that you from the vague memories of it remember the pure bliss that arose from not believing to be someone definitive or maybe from the otherworldly visions you may have had. Be aware though that the visions you had have had are glimpses of that which is one and not that which is one since that can neither be seen, heard, felt or smelt, as it takes more than one to experience something.

As already said, cancelling out the difference between the opposite sides of one contrast – anyone will do – is enough to carry you into a perfect moment. But since there are many other contrasts, it ends when you again feel disturbed by the experience of something, you compulsive categorise as a specific feeling and out of habit try to exclude by justifying it with the world.

In a perfect moment nothing there are no disturbances, because even though the outer senses still perceive a world full of opposing contrasts, the inner ones do not interpret their apparent difference to make a difference.*** According to them everything is neutral. That is until something is judged to be so wrong or unjust, that it triggers hidden feelings – for example sorrow, anger or anxiety – and you do not include but exclude them by blaming the world for having caused them – or simply doping yourself with food, shopping, music, meditation or pills.

This does mean that you cannot dope yourself with something to become more relaxed. Sometimes the use of traditional or alternative medicine or treatment may bring you in a better position to not exclude but include the horror of feelings.

In the case of Alexius, he finds lots of the suggestions from Dave Asprey, Bulletproof useful in regard to charge the body and its brain. He has no affiliation with Bulletproof though. Nor does he share its goal, which seems to be the usual one of enhancing the personality instead of phasing it out – not knowing that it is the belief in being someone definitive which is the source of all suffering.

If you, however, choose to include the disturbing feeling, for example hate, a perfect moment returns. To include hate is similar to the inclusion of irritation. In other words, the inclusion of something, whether judged to be from the past or the present, is to be nothing but that, so that there is not something to contrast the included and consequently nothing to define it as a specific experience. Hence its contrast – in this case, love – cannot be defined as a specific experience either. Thus there is nothing but the bliss of emptiness.

By not excluding but fully including that you feel like nothing, the contrast of it, namely that you are everything, is also fully included – and so there is nothing to define and therefore to limit you as someone definitive. Thus you are in a state of not-knowing, which is pure bliss.

Instead of cancelling out the apparent difference between the opposite sides of various contrasts by including them one after the other, you can include a main contrast – for example right and wrong – via being nothing but one side of that contrast.*****

Since lots of contrasts are a variation of this one – for example good and bad***** – the apparent difference between the two sides in a myriad of other contrasts will be cancelled out as well. Thus the experience of being someone definitive falls apart, so there is nobody to be bothered about what and where you appear to be. That is a perfect moment.

If the boxes like this one, that pop up here, there and everywhere in this article, seem disturbing in regard to being focused and centred, you have gotten it right. They are meant to do that.

To be in a state of not-knowing, you must stop caring about being centred, in balance or to focus and concentrate, as that is deeply founded in separating everything into categories, which is a way of excluding those feelings you do not like by placing them in mental boxes.

In regard to getting into a state of not-knowing multitasking is much more beneficial, because it distracts the brain from focusing, so that it becomes difficult to categorise an experience as different from another. The nectar of life also facilitates defocussing and therefore a perfect moment, which you can read about in the article Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment.

You should, of course not attempt to drive a car or something else that requires worldly attention in a state of not-knowing. But sitting in a bus, for example, is great for that.

An even more basic contrast to include is breathing in and out. The story of that contrast, however, is not part of this article, but it is part of hack #4, A state of not-knowing is nothing but bliss. If you quickly want to connect with the empty breath, that syncs the inner and outer senses so that peace from the inner ones makes you indifferent to the world of the outer ones, jump straight to the article Take-offs to ´the empty breath´,.

There is no more connection between the body and the mind than for example between the body and the clothes its wearing.

The empty breath also undoes the belief in a body-mind connection. The mind is mental, so it has no understanding of the body, which it looked at as a place to get rid of mental problems by dumping them in the stomach, the back and the neck, for example.

A state of not-knowing is not an out-of-body experience, neither an experience of uniting higher powers with the body, but a state of empty space. See the article Believing to be in or outside the body is equally insane.

The body is therefore much better off without the interference of the mind – especially as the body is perfectly equipped to heal itself. You can read more about the unfortunate belief in a body-mind connection, that has caused so many psychosomatic disorders, in the next article The absence of noise and silence is a perfect moment and hack #4.3 To be a basic self is to be good enough.

If you had not excluded something from your personality by blaming others for it, so you can be defined by what they are and you are not, you would not be upset every time they remind you of what you excluded. No worries. As your experience of the present is shaped by the past, the inclusion of a present experience undoes the past as well, and therefore also the definition of you, so next time somebody remind you of the past, there is nobody to be upset about that.

In case you prefer going straight to a perfect moment without having to deal with contrasts or inner and outer senses, you include what you experience to be in this very moment completely unedited. This is not similar to the concept of living in the now, as that is an edited version of a moment, where specific thoughts and feelings are excluded, for example those of the past and the future.

Any moment is a construction of thoughts founded on the past – also living in the now, as there would be no such concept without the past. But when thoughts are included, they become non definable, and so there is neither past, future or now, but a state of not-knowing, which is a perfect moment. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The way to a perfect moment is simply to include all thoughts and feelings, whether they appear to be positive or negative, are associated with the past or whatnot.

No need to wonder if hidden feelings from the past has been left out, when you include what you appear to be in the present moment, because that is the sum of the past. You do not even have to worry, if everything in the present moment is fully included, as willingness to so is all that is required.****

Anyway, all thoughts and feelings are related to the past in the sense that your experience of the present is based on your past interpretations of them. Simply put, your present state of mind is the sum of the past, or rather one side of it, so by completely including that, there is not something to contrast it, and consequently nothing to define you. Hence you are in a state of not-knowing, which is a perfect moment.

A perfect moment is a disappointment in the sense, that it is not an experience of perfection in the world of the outer senses but the usual affair of imperfection. In the world of the inner senses though it is perfect, because in spite of still appearing to be someone definitive experiencing the world of the outer senses, the inner senses do not identify with this experience, so nothing is perceived to be wrong or missing.

This does not mean that you do not appear to be someone in a world defined by time and space anymore, but that nobody is worried about the appearance of it. Hence thoughts and feelings are not considered to be tools for manifesting you as someone special but simply for navigating in a world defined by time and space. Pain, for example, is used to stop the body from walking on a broken leg and fear from walking out in front of a car.

You are not turned into a strong and powerful being by a perfect moment. More likely you are gonna be like the grass, that everybody steps on. But unlike a proud and powerful tree that breaks when faced with a heavy storm, you bend and rise again when the storm has gone.

Yet pain does not cause someone to suffer, neither does fear cause anyone to be frightening when there is no identification with what you appear to be. For the same reason, thoughts are not experienced to result in anything specific.

Meditation is not needed to stop thoughts, when nobody is having them.

In other words, thoughts and feelings do not appear to have any effect on you or the world perceived to be outside of you, nor do they appear to have been caused by you or anything else, when they are not excluded but included, as that render them non-definable. This is why, the thought construction you believed to be has fallen apart, and a perfect moment is a state of not-knowing.

Although a perfect moment does not seem to last, every moment is a perfect moment – just like the sun keeps also shines, when it is covered by clouds.

This state of not-knowing, will not last very long though if the excitement of being someone definitive in a world defined by time and space seems more attractive than the emptiness of not-knowing. If so you probably twist it into an experience of something definable, for example joy or love, so that you again are someone definitive experiencing something specific in a world defined by time and space. Should this be your choice, stand by it, because by doing so, you are able to undo it.

Trying to understand inclusiveness and categorise when, why or how long you are in a perfect moment before you either pick up the experience of time and space again or completely leave it behind, you complicate things. To be inclusive is simply to not be exclusive, and as that results in a state of not-knowing, you will not get there through understanding.

Neither will a perfect moment last if you are not attracted to the apparent excitement of a world defined by time and space, because if the experience of it is not picked up relatively quickly******, there is not something to cover that which cannot be experienced, namely the formlessness of that which is one, and as it takes more than one to be in any kind of state, a perfect moment is over.

Since life is that which is one and it requires more than one to be seen, life is not visible. So the more you are not seen, the more you are alive. As the world is in the eye of the beholder, you are not seen, when you do not perceive the apparent differences of the world to make a difference.

Simply put, as long as you appear to be in a world defined by time and space, a perfect moment is on and off. And it is more off than on because if the experience of time and space is not regularly repeated, there does not seem to be something substantial to disguise, that all there is and ever was is the formlessness of that which is one since formlessness has no beginning or end. But just a split second of a perfect moment makes the time off from it much lighter.

Nothing needs to be avoided or made better in order to enter a perfect moment. Actually, it is the inclusion of hatred and other feelings, that are avoided by hiding it in your body or projecting it onto others, that makes a moment perfect. In other words, love or a special understanding is not a requirement, but willingness to include the moment as it is more than enough.**** Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Alexius is diagnosed with IBS, so in order not to upset the body, specific foods must be excluded from his diet. Nothing though needs to be excluded from his body or the mind in order to enter a perfect moment, so whether the body is upset or the mind is pure makes no difference, as long as what he appears to be is completely included.

Should he try to edit this appearance in favour of a better one, a perfect moment is not fenced off, if he is willing to also include the attempt to control his image.****

Since there is no more than the formlessness of oneness, a world defined by time and space is an illusion – inclusive the article you just have read. If, however, it has facilitated you seeing that you are in a perfect moment which is no different from the first moment of believing to be outside of that which is one.

If you remain there, this moment will also be your last as someone appearing to be outside of that which is one, because the belief that there is more than that which is one is undone by a perfect moment.

APPENDIX ABOUT ALEXIUS :
As you probably have read in the above article, Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings seems to come from an astral source Alexius calls Gudruång.******* They are received as unspeakable frequencies, so in order to pick the appropriate words for translating them into the language of a world defined by time and space, he must have had experiences in such a world, that relates to the messages of them. See also Metaphysical Intro of the Enlightened Non-Teacher.

This does not apply to the enlightenment of that which is one, as that cannot be experienced. His writings about that is rather based on vague memories of when he has stepped aside, so all thoughts making up what he appears to be in a world defined by time and space is extracted by a light so bright that there is not something left to gracefully fall through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one. You can read more about that in hack #4.

According to science the world consists of 99.9999999 percent empty space. The rest, despite it is also empty space and just like a dream consists of nothing substantial, is perceived to be elements of matter making up what we believe to be and see. In other words, the experience of a material world and us as tangible beings in it is make-believe.

In a world defined by time and space, we all are conditioned to confirm its appearances to be substantial and not just empty space. Hence he constantly has to bypass this conditioning, when writing Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings in the same way as he has to bypass the spell checker in a Spanish text editor if he wants to write something in English to prevent the spellchecker from converting English words into Spanish ones, which may have very little to do with what he is trying to express in English.

In each our own way we hope it is possible to live in a world of like-minded people with whom we can share everything. And though it never works out like that, we are conditioned to keep hoping. Nobody is allowed to truth, namely that loving each other in a merry-go-round world is an illusion. The reason this and other articles have been upgraded – or are in the process of it – could be that in the beginning of translating the frequencies from Gudruång into Enlightened Non-Teachings, Alexius sometimes used words in such a way, that they rather confirmed the belief in a world defined by time and space than facilitated the undoing of it.

Part of this could be that he unconsciously tried to incorporate some of his own ideas from the past. Yet it was probably mostly because often he could not find the appropriate words for translating the frequencies. He had no idea of the scope of them, least of all that they would evolve into actually hacks to undo the belief in duality. See Duality Hacks and the others in Extra Duality Hacks and More Duality Hacks.

He just had the vague memories of the enlightenment of that which is one to count on, and as that is totally wordless, there was no words to be found there. It was also not before in the process of writing Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings that he realised, he had to clearly distinguish between the enlightenment of that which is one and glimpses of it. 

To make long short, though he did not have enough words to choose from, when he started translating the frequencies from Gudruång into Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, the words revealed themselves in the process of translating the frequencies.

The above article was originally a note in the previous one If included, irritation undoes the belief in duality, but when Alexius revised that article the note just grew longer and longer and ended up as a long article. Congratulations if you have made it this far.

The inclusion of a feeling does not mean, that you will never experience this vibration again. Yet you will never experience it as a specific feeling, that has the ability to upset you.

To make long short, the revision of this article took a long time. Several side notes turned into new articles, and in order to write about the inclusion of feelings, Alexius had to spend quite some time going through the horror of recognising forgotten ones in himself.

So you can rest assured that if heavy memories are triggered in your process of inclusiveness, he has been there too. This, of course, also applies, if you enter a perfect moment. Actually, in the process of writing this article, he was constantly going in and out of perfect moments in order to find words for being in a state of not-knowing and leaving it in favour for the apparent excitement of a world defined by time and space or the peace from the formlessness of that which is one.

In a perfect moment, nothing appears to be wrong or missing, because nobody is using labels of time and space to separate us.
