There is no loss in life

As life is the formlessness of oneness, it is endless. Hence there is no more than that which is one. And as scarcity and abundance require more than one, it is not possible to be or have neither less or more than the formlessness of oneness, unless you believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. Such a world though is not anywhere. Not because there is nothing outside of the formlessness of that which is one, but because what is formless has no sides and thus neither an inside or outside. In terms of a world defined by time and space, oneness is so flat, that it takes up no space. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Everything in the world is limited by time and space. That also includes god and other so-called spiritual concepts. God is in general mentioned as he, and sometimes as an old man in the sky. Auras, chakras, and you name it all have a form, that is defined by time and space. Also, states of mind like bliss and joy has a beginning and an end.

That which is life has no beginning and end – it is formless. So of course, scientist cannot find it. Formlessness cannot be in a form, and as the world is nothing but form, there is no life there. In other words, the world is not real. This is the reason scientist are not able to explain the creation of it, and new age people or religious ones invent gibberish stories of god, higher self and whatnot to give a meaning to the empty space called the world.

Within the context of a world where there seems to be more than one a game like Monopoly is not considered to be real, so it is not meaningful to pretend to be in its world except for fun of it. That is the same in a world where there seems to be more than one. You are not there to learn anything except for the rules of the game – and there is no other meaning of playing the game than having fun pretending to be a someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

If you have forgotten the world is not real, and that you are not there, it is not enjoyable appearing to be there. No friend, spouse, explanation, experiences of so-called heaven or otherworldly states will lessen the fear it is to believe being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. You are bound to always feel that something is not right when you seem to be separated from the oneness of life.

When you are playing a game in the world, and you forget it is just a game, you are still sitting at the table, where you play the game. Nothing has changed even though you may not notice the table anymore.

Neither friends or anything else in the world can lessen the fear it entails to believe being an entity, that has an end.

Neither friends or anything else in the world can lessen the fear it entails to believe being a creature with an end. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Likewise, even though you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, that which is you is still the oneness of that which is life. It cannot be anywhere else, because that which is life is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than that. In other words, the appearance of you as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is make-believe. Yet it is only due to the power of that which is you, that you can believe you are something else.

So if you – metaphorically speaking – have forgotten, you sit at a table playing the game of a world where there seems to be more than one, there is nothing you need to do to come back to where you are but to stop believing you are someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. When this belief is undone, there is nothing to hide where you are.

To make long short: If you appear to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, forget about greatness, bliss and heavenly states of mind. Just like the virtual world in a video game seems more exciting than a world where there seems to be more than one, such a world seems more exciting than the formlessness of that which is one. There is, actually, no excitement at all in that which is one, because it takes more than one to be excited.

For the same reason, there is no choice, greatness, bliss and love in that which is one. It takes up no space, so there is no space for anything. It is not dimensional like the world, you appear to be in. Rather it is flat with no direction to go, but one – and not even that, because it takes more than one to go somewhere.

To make long short. The formlessness of oneness is boring compared to all the possibilities you can to choose from in a world where there seems to be more than one. But as they never last, they induce fear of loss, contrary to the formlessness of oneness, where there are no possibilities but one and therefore nothing to lose or fear, which is very peaceful. If that is what you want, forget where and what you appear to be.

APPENDIX:
The way to forget where and what you appear to be is to not have a reason to be where and what you appear to be. As long as you have that, you will do what it takes to make the world appear as if it is real so that you can fulfil your purpose of appearing there. This purpose is differently formulated for different persons, but in general, it is about being and/or having more of something and less or nothing of something else.

You may want more love, compassion, truth, power, or whatever you think you miss in order to be complete. And you may want less of hate, anger, ego or whatever is imagined making you incomplete.

Not knowing what and where you are, there is nothing to define you. Hence there is not someone, who appears to hide there is no more than the formlessness of oneness.

But that which is you is already complete, because it is no different from that which is one, and as it is formless and therefore everything, so is you. In other words, it is not possible to be more – and when you see that, there is no reason to do what it takes to appear in a world where there seems to be more than one.

What requires more than one is not that which is one

It takes two to be together, and as you think you are separated from that which is one, it takes two to return to that which is one. Togetherness can also be between two parts of your personality. It is basically the same as it is all make-believe. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

It takes more than one to be together in a world where there seems to be more than one, and because you think that you are separated from that which is one, it also takes more than one to return to oneness. But as being more than one actually is an imagination happening between parts of yourself, it is more correct to say that being alone together* is how you return to that which is one. PART 1:
That which is one cannot be observed because it takes more than one to observe something. What can be observed is a world where there seems to be more than one. Such a world, however, is not real, since that which is one is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than oneness. In other words, a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion.

The ego, therefore, rubs its hands every time you try to get rid of it, as by doing so you enhance the belief, that there is more than that which is one. It knows you will never get rid of it because you cannot get rid of something that is not there. Hence its ´life´ seems to be forever preserved when you are fighting it.

According to an article recently published in the journal Nature Communications a team split a single photon in half and transmitted it to two separate labs. Upon analysis, they found that the particle not only exists until its observed but that it never showed up in both labs at the same time. The particle you are not looking at ceases to exist.

Those who advise others to observe thoughts and feelings in order to be detached from them, worship the ego, because to observe or be detached from something makes an illusion appear to be real. The world only seems to be there, because you choose to believe the separation created by contrasts like right and wrong is real.

Contrasts is needed for something to appear as if it exists in the world.

Contrasts is needed for something to appear as if it exists. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

If nobody is watching a movie, the world in it does not appear to exist.

Just like the world in a movie is an illusion created by the contrasts, that light seems to produce on the screen, a world where there seems to be more than one cannot be experienced without contrasts. Without them, there would not seem to be more than one. Neither would this article appear to be there if the black letters were written on black.

There must be a contrast between the letters and the background for them to be seen. There must be evil in the world for you to experience good. There must be hate so that you can feel love. You cannot have a god without a devil and so on.

In a world where there seems to be more than one you cannot have oneness, because then there would not seem to be more than one.

But contrast is an illusion. There is nothing outside of that which is one because it is formless and therefore endless, so it has no contrast. In other words, what has no contrast is that which is real – and reality cannot be seen, seeing something requires contrast.

In a world where there seems to be more than one, past and future are contrasting each other. There is nothing to contrast now, and so there is no now to experience in such a world. Those who claim, that there is, are serving the ego, who knows, that all searching is of a world where there seems to be more than one.

It requires more than one to be a father or to be something at all – also to search for something. And as reality is the formlessness of that which is one and as formlessness is endless, what appears to be more than one is an illusion. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

It requires more than one to search for something, and the ego loves whatever takes more than one because that makes a world where there seems to be more than one appear as if it is real – and hence the ego as well.

As long as you seem to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, you cannot get rid of the ego. Fortunately, you do not need to get rid of it. Neither the ego, such a world or the one experiencing this is real, so there is nothing to get rid of.

How can you know what love feels like, if everybody love you?

Yet you must acknowledge all the contrasts in a world where there seems to be more than one – war and peace, love and hate and so on – while you appear to be someone there. Otherwise, there is no world to experience, and you need to experience it, as it takes more than one to undo the experience of it.

In that which is one it is always the same day. The same applies to a world where there seems to be more than one, but every morning you imagine it from a new angle, and so it seems to have changed. In other words, nothing is going on in a world where there seems to be more than one. It is going on in you.

It is not possible to appear as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one because that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one and as formlessness is endless, there is no more than that which is one. Yet it is possible to pretend to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, which is fun until you believe it is real.** Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

It is not possible to leave the formlessness of that which is one since what is formless has no beginning or end, which means there is no more than that which is one. Yet it seems possible to imagine that there is more than one and as such leaving it in favour of being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

You need to be with others in order to return to that which is one. But you also need not to perceive the apparent difference between them and you to make a difference. That means you can imagine returning to that which is one just like you imagined to leave it, namely alone together.*

One way of doing this is to perceive all appearances in the world as symbols of that which is one.

Hence you must be more than one if you want to return to that which is one, which is not possible physically speaking. But imagining to be alone together*, which is by the way what you have always been in a world where there seems to be more than one, is possible – and that is how you return to that which you never left but in your imagination of being more than one.

Dimension is an illusion.

Dimension is an illusion.

PART 2:
Seen
from a world defined by time and space life is flat as can be. This should not be a surprise, because that which is life is one and as it requires more than one to be dimensional, what else can it be than flat.

To perceive that which is life as dimensional, it has to be divided into more than one, so that one flat part can observe another flat part, that seems to move when the observing part moves. In other words, by observing the flatness of life from different angles, you imagine being someone in a world defined by time and space.

Dutch-BrazilianRafaël Rozendaal

Dutch-Brazilian artist Rafaël Rozendaal

On the webpage almost calm you can see how a painting, that is still and flat seems to move and becomes dimensional, when you as observer outside of the flat image move on top of it via a mouse, tracking pad or fingers in case of a smartphone. The webpage is done by the artist Artist Rafaël Rozendaal, who in a series of new images uses an old-school technology best known for its use in funky, ridged baseball cards, where it looked like the slugger was swinging a bat, when you turned the card slightly to and fro – as is explained in the Wired article ´Vivid Paintings That Shape-Shift as You Walk by Them´.

What needs to be imagined though is not real. But that is the beauty of it. One can imagine a world defined by time and space and have fun pretending to be someone there, while nothing actually has changed, because since that which is one is formless it is endless, so there is no more than that which is one.

The Matrix.

A shot from the movie ´The Matrix´.

A world defined by time and space can be compared to ´the matrix´ in the movie by the same name, where reality, as it is perceived by most humans, is actually a simulated reality called ´the matrix´, which is a layer on top of the real world. But unlike in the movie the layer of a 3D world with appearances moving in time it is not created by machines, who trick you into seeing a world, that is not there.

In an attempt to be more than that which is one, you have tricked yourself into seeing something that is not there, namely a dimensional world, instead of seeing there is no more than that which is one, which is seen by seeing nothing, because that which is real cannot be seen, since it is that which is one and it takes more than one to see something.

Humans are afraid machines will take over the world, but they already have. A human is nothing but a machine.

A human is to be compared to a machine with artificial intelligence*. There is no self or soul inside it. It is nothing but mechanics. What it seems to think, feel and decide does not come from a self but from the instructions it gets from the cloud.

In the world defined by time and space you are to be compared to a machine that functions via the info it gets from IoT (The internet of things*), where everything included the appearance of a personality and soul is fabricated in the cloud, which makes all your thoughts, feelings and decisions based on preprogrammed sensors installed in you, although you like to think it is your own doing. Unlike in the movie ´The Matrix´, what is underneath the layer of the violent and ugly world called ´the matrix´ is not a world of machines but the beauty of that which is one.

Someone in the matrix has forgotten, they are not there.

Someone in the matrix has forgotten, that they are not there.

But if you forget that a world defined by time and space is nothing but a simulated reality, appearing to be there does not seem funky anymore but very serious. Hence it becomes important to preserve the imagination of being someone with a coherent self – even when the angles of observing that which is one are changed, which they constantly in order to make it appear as if it is a dimensional world. See also the article There is only one thing, that needs correction.

As everything has a beginning and an end in a dimensional world to survive as someone definitive, you to trick itself into believing you have a soul, that will reincarnate as someone new, when angles of observing that which is one are changed and what you appear to be cannot function anymore. So far though no one has been able to make this trick work.

The reason for this is very simple. There is no more than one life. It never ends though. What has an end is not life but the afterlife. In other words, since life is formless and therefore endless, there is nothing else than that, so believing you are not someone definitive is a mistake.

Fortunately, a mistake can be corrected. It only takes one to undo what is not one. That being said, in a world where there seems to be more than one oneness appears separated in more than, so to become one you include two or more appearances, that seems different from you as if their difference does not make a difference. See hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is completeness. or hack #7 ´Alone together´ is the key to that which is one.

ai-imageHumans are afraid that machines with artificial intelligence will end their world, as Stephen Hawking and Elton Musk from Tesla predicts – and for sure they will end the world as humans know it, because what they seem to know is nothing but their own construction of thoughts, that they have tricked themselves to believe is the world.

The same though will be true for a new world fabricated by machines with artificial intelligence. It will be a fabricated reality on top of the fabricated reality, humans have made on top of the fabricated reality, that so-called gods did on top of that which is real. There may appear to be layers in between those, but they are all simulated worlds on top of that which is real, namely the formlessness of oneness.

*) Alone together can be compared to having a dream in the sense that everything that appears to happen in it – no matter how and where it is experienced to be – is happening in you. And though there seem to be many different appearances, they are not really there. There is nobody but you. You are alone having a dream about a world where there seems to be more than one. This you can read more about this in the article Alone together you bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one or hack #7 Alone together is the key to that which is one.

**) In hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation. you can read about how pretending to be what you are not, undoes the belief in being someone definitive.

NOTE: This article is part of hack #2.3 Life is flat.

Be happy you are nothing, because reality has no room for something

A person is an imagination constructed by nothing in a way so that it appear as if it is something, when imagining something else can see it.

A person is an imagination constructed out of nothing in a way so that it appears as if it is something by imagining it interacts with something else.

All the ideas, that seems so progressive, like taken responsibility for yourself and accepting yourself as you are, are nothing but the special self doing its usual thing disguised by pretty words. It wants you to believe that it is able to think, feel and take decisions by itself, so you take responsibility for actions and/or accept thoughts, feelings and decisions as if they are yours. Hence the thoughts, feelings, decisions and actions you have accepted or taken responsibility for seem to prove, you are more special than others in a world where there seems to be more than one.

For those who do not like the idea of this narcissistic self, it introduces the idea that it can be transformed into a higher self. It does not matter, that it has no way of proving this and that nobody ever ha transcended into a higher self, because most following such ideas probably had a hard time adjusting to a world where there seems to be more than one, so they are willing to believe anything that promises to make themselves and/or the world better.

The problem though is, that the self does not exist. Nor does anything else because the reality is that which is one and it takes more than one to exist – or to be conscious of anything. In other words, all that someone experiences or are conscious of is an illusion – also if it is judged to be divine or spiritual – and so is the one believing to experience or be conscious about something.

Believing to be someone at all can be compared to a machine believing to exist as someone definitive. There is no ´I´, self or soul in a machine. It is all mechanics, and even though the machine may have been built with AI (artificial intelligence), it cannot think itself. All thoughts are preprogrammed possibilities. Nobody is thinking them and nobody is seeing, what the machine seems to see.

If what your personality has been programmed with a visual mind, you may have an Aha! moment seeing the below illustrations, that demonstrate how a machine with AI ´sees´ the world. It simply registers data or frequencies, that are perceived according to how it is programmed/conditioned.

The machine has been programmed to perceive this point of frequencies as if it is cute, and so it searches its database for an image that illustrates this.

The machine translate this point of frequencies as eyes and conclude it is seeing the image, that it fabricated based on the info from its database.

Based on past decisions the machine chooses to see this as a dog.

It is also seeing a female, but it still needs to search its database to know, if it is the female or the dog that is cute so that it can fabricate the appropriate feeling.

In the context of realisation and acceptance, all what can be realised and accepted is that what you believe to be does not exist. This realisation or acceptance does not mean, you understand the illusion of being someone definitive. If it could be understood, it would not be an illusion. So it means you understand nothing. There is no knowledge of what and where you are. Hence there is no ´I´. There is nothing, and so there is room for everything.

Duality is a simulated reality on top of non-duality

simulated_universe_1372282700_600x275

The image is grabbed from the movie The Thirteenth Floor.

The real world that is one and non-dual cannot be seen in a world of duality, as this simulated world layered on top of non-duality appears to hide it. An illusion, though, cannot hide anything. It is, therefore, rather the belief that you are someone definitive in a world of duality that appears to suppress, there is no more than the formlessness of non-duality.

While you believe to be in a world of duality no matter what you experience there – whether it seems to be so-called spiritual or mundane, to come from the heart and whatnot – is make-believe. The sun’s light is no more real than that from a bulb, and a so-called live flower is just as artificial as a plastic flower.

Eyes do not see. It is the brain, that fabricate the images, you seem to ´see´. Actually, the brain can produce perfect images of what seems to be a realistic world even with your eyes closed. The brain cheats you. But it is only possible because you want to be deceived.

Whether love is perceived as pure or not, it is not real – neither is loss, abundance, ego, mind, soul, consciousness, truth, god, angels, spiritual beings or astral planes. Nothing but non-duality is real because it is endless and, therefore, everything. Besides, non-duality is oneness, so it is impossible to have a mind, be conscious, and whatnot, as it requires more than one to be or have something.

Wavelengthsof lightcan be comparedto binary data, that is accumulatingthe simulation,of the webpage, you seem to seeon your screen now.Wavelengths haveno form, coloror depth of filed,as it seemsin this pic simulatingwavelengthsand binary data.

Wavelengths of light can be compared to the binary data, that are accumulating the simulation, of the webpage, you assume to see on your screen right now with words, that seem to form a meaning, and images with colours, that appear to reflect a world in the way believe it to be. But binary data or wavelengths do not have the form, colours or depth of field, that you seem to experience on this page. The same applies to this image simulating them. And they do not know, they are twisted in such a way, so that you think, you see a dimensional world with lots of different appearances.

It is a scientific fact that you do not see any colour or form in the world, but just the wavelength of light hitting the retina of the eye. Colour and form is assigned by the brain to the wavelengths of light, so they seem to show coherent images of a world in the way you have conditioned yourself to perceive it – regardless that all wavelengths of light are colourless as well as formless, and that the motion of the image you seem to see has been extrapolated, so that the time delay in processing it will not interfere with the thoughts or actions, you perceive to happen now.

According to science it is also a fact that everything seen as solid and opaque consist of empty space. In other words, the world of solid forms, that you seem to feel and see, is make-believe. See the article Where to find the bliss of ´the empty breath´.

Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings uses several different words for that which is real, namely non-duality, the formlessness of that which is one/you/life, oneness, one perpetual present, eternal now or spirit.

However, those words or phrases should only be taken as symbols for that which is real or pointers towards it, even though it is impossible to point to the formlessness of oneness because it requires more than one to look at something. Furthermore, there is nothing outside of the formlessness of oneness, as formlessness is endless, so pointing at it is an illusion.

There is nothing real, because that would imply, there is something not real – and there is nothing but that which is real.

You are not seeing, what you seem to see.It is an illusion.

You do not see what you believe in looking at. It is a virtual reality constructed by thoughts that are also unreal since reality is that which is one, and it takes more than one to fabricate something.

To know is to be in duality
In a simulated reality, all words are, of course, equally illusionary, so to speak, as if there is ultimate reality is also an illusion. If only non-duality is real, as noted above, everything that appears in a world of duality is an illusion, including this article.

But even within the context of the world of duality, this page that you believe to see on electronic media is an illusion. An app has fabricated a layer on top of the programming code, which most humans cannot understand that simulates what you see.

The whole internet that you may experience as an exciting world is a world layered on top of programming languages like HTML and JAVA. However, if not transformed by your web browser, you would not be able to perceive this layer on top of the code that right now appears to be an article about simulated reality.

Screen Shot 2014-12-09 at 09.45.21

A screen dump of the code for the beginning of this article.

This is a screen dump of the source code behind the first part of th article you seem to read now. In the source code you cannot see the header, neither the colours there appear to be around the page, nor the photos or anything else you experience to be there. The code, which is nothing but letters and numbers added together sometime in the past, commands your browser to fabricate this page, when you hit the right buttons, so that you experience it without noticing it is just an artificial layer fabricated on top of code.

You can be compared to code looking at a world of code.

You can be compared to code looking at a world of code.

All your thoughts can be compared to code, that are added together in such a way, that the brain is able to produce images from them of a tangible world, so that you experience it as if you are someone there. The images are layered on top of that which is real by the one making the code, who is also code.

Nobody though has made the code, as non-duality is the formlessness of oneness and as it takes more than one to make code. In other words, this explanation, like the rest of duality, is an illusion, because what is formless is endless, so there is nothing outside of it. That is why this paragraph does not start by saying ´all thoughts are code´ but ´all thoughts can be compared to code´.

There is no explanation to the existence of an illusion, because it does not exist. Yet, in the hack that this article is a part of, namely hack 2.3 Life is flat, and hack #2.5 Size does not matter, you can find more detailed explanations of how a layer of duality is fabricated on top of non-duality by using imagined fragments of non-duality added together in such a way that they appear as if they are dimensional and dual instead of non dimensional and non-dual.

There are also similar explanations elsewhere in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. Just remember that any explanation is a fabrication and nothing fabricated is real, because it requires more than one to fabricate something. Hence the only purpose of the explanations in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings is to remind you, that only that which is not fabricated is real.

The digital photos you perceive to see are layered on top of digital info that no human would perceive as an image of the world. A raw data converter has fabricated a layer on top of the raw digital info to trigger memories of the world as you remember it. In the case of the internet, this layer is called a JPEG or PNG file.

The same applies to the text you perceive to see on your screen. It is a layer built on top of nothing but zeros and ones in different combinations. Unfortunately, Alexius is not that technically minded, so he cannot say he understands how it works. Neither how the world of duality seems to work as a layer on top of non-duality.

Actually, metaphorically speaking, you are closer to that which is real, namely non-duality, if you do not understand how duality works because it does not work. How can it work when there is nothing but non-duality? It cannot! It is an illusion – and thus not understandable.

To know something is to limit yourself as someone definitive within your knowledge. Not knowing something there are no constraints.

To not know is to not be dual
Non-duality is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than that. Therefore, since it is impossible to know what and where you are, you are set free from the bondage of duality when acknowledging you do not know what and where you are.

The foolish one cannot separate good and bad or right from wrong. All is symbols of that which is life, and therefore all have the same cause – including you and him. So when he can see all is symbols of that which is life so can you, because life is that which you are a symbol of in the world.

The foolish one cannot separate good from bad or right from wrong. Everything definable is perceived as a symbol of non-duality. Hence their apparent difference makes no difference. This includes you and Alexius, of course. So when he can see that, you can do it too.

You do not need help from Alexius or anybody else to not know what and where you are. Nor is your own help required because you do not know what and where you are. You may act like you do so that it seems you are amongst the wise ones who know the truth.

But as that which is you is no different from non-duality, and as it takes more than one to know something and non-duality is that which is one, knowledge is fiction made up to cover, that you do not know what and where you are, wherefore you feel foolish.

A world of duality consists of contrast – some of the main ones being good versus bad and right versus wrong – so if you do not know right from wrong the belief in being someone definitive in a world of duality cannot survive.

To stop hiding, you feel foolish and just like Alexius stand by not knowing what and where you are, and thus how to separate good from bad, it can be helpful to read Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings, where you are not instructed to follow specific steps to improve yourself and/or the world but to foolishly forget what and where you believe to be.

Be aware, though, that being foolish like that is only for those who have no obligations in a world of duality – children, for instance. No worries! If you have responsibilities, you devote yourself to them by being fully involved in whatever is called for – and so you are on the same track as the foolish one, who knows not much about form but about content, which is that the illusion of form can only be experienced, because of that which is formless, as it is endless and therefore everything.

Where is the key to that which is you? It is not in the body, neither the personality. You say my body, my personality, my mind, my soul, my god. You are the key!

You do not need a teacher to find the key to that which is you. You have the key. Metaphorically speaking it is in your pocket and you will automatically look there, when you want to go home to that which is you. It may be helpful though to read this blog, so you do not follow the naive beliefs of the world of love and whatnot but know where to not look for the key.

You do not need a teacher to find the key to that which is you. You have the key. Metaphorically speaking, it is in your pocket, and you will automatically look there when you want to go home. It can be helpful, though, to follow Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings of undoing the belief in duality instead of one of the naive beliefs of such a world promising you that the key is to make the world better.

No one can teach you to be that which is you
It is not possible to learn to be that which is you because there is no difference between that which is you and that which is one, and it takes more than one to learn or be anything. If you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, you have forgotten, there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one. No problem. This forgetfulness can be compared to not remember that your key is in the pocket. It changes nothing. Your home is just the same, and you need no teacher to tell you where the key is. When you want to go home, you automatically check your pockets.

You have the key. In fact you are the key, but if you think you are a person in the world, you will look for it, where it is not, as it is not in the world but in the one imagining it. The imagination includes astral planes and anything conceivable.

You have the key to that which is you. Actually, you are the key. Believing to be a person in the world, however, you will look for it, where it is not, as it is not in a world of duality but in that which makes it possible to imagine such a world.

To not confuse part of duality with non-duality, it can be helpful to read Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings, so you do not look for the key where it is not. Nothing in a world of duality, though – including ego and whatnot – hinders finding the key to that which is you, when your appearance there is perceived as …

Implementing one of these ways of perceiving a world of duality, you become inclusive. However, as duality is not inclusive, the separation that it is based on is slowly but surely excluded from your perception in the sense that the apparent differences in a world of duality no longer seems to make a difference. So although you appear to be there, you are not.

But if the purpose of implementing Alexius’ Duality Hacks is to have something, peace for example, it will not last because nowhere else than in a world of duality does it seem possible to get something, and everything in such a world has an end. Neither will anything last if the purpose of implementing Alexius’ Duality Hacks is to return to non-duality because there is nothing there but that which is one, and it takes more than one to have something at all.

matrix-doorIn the below articles you can read about the non-dimensional nature of non-duality, and how the world of duality is a simulated reality, that, due to your belief in it as real, seems to hide non-duality beneath it.

Go with the flow

Digital art like this starts with and effort for me and then I effortlessly go with the flow.

Digital art like this starts with an effort for Alexius, and then he effortlessly goes with the flow – on his iPhone, by the way, in the case of this image. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
Effortlessly living does not mean that no actions are performed, but that they are not performed by you. All actions, though, cannot be effortless. For example, it is not an effortless action to experience a world in 3D where there seems to be more than one.

The reality of life is flat because it that which is one, and it takes more than one to be dimensional. Thus it requires much effort to see it as dimensional. One needs to imagine it is possible to observe it from different angles outside it to fabricate an illusion of time and space.

This original effort is the reason you seem to appear in a 3D world. This effort is upheld as long as you are motivated to be someone definitive in such a world. Often the motivation for this is to be or find something larger than life, and as life is that which is one, you assume that by having more than one, you are larger than life.

There is nothing larger than life
But as that which is one is formless and therefore endless, there is no more than that which is one. In other words, it is not possible to be someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. Yet you think that it is – otherwise, you would not believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one.

And as long as you are amazed by all the big things you seem to be able to have in a world where there seems to be more than one, you will choose to let the excitement deceive you into believing that more power, more money, more love, more freedom, more transcendence, more consciousness, more oneness and whatnot will make your life larger.

Appearing to be someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, you cannot know that which is you because it is no different from that which is one. In other words, there is no way of knowing how to return to that which is you. Yet going with the flow, you automatically return to that which is you – or rather stop believing that you are someone definitive – just like a river automatically returns to the sea. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

More, however, always wants more, so you will never be satisfied no matter how much more you become or have. When you sense this, you can start undoing the original effort of separation by ´living´ effortlessly in a world where there seems to be more than one instead of pushing your way around there. It is not possible, though, to be nothing but effortless in a world built on effort, but it is possible to not build more on the original effort.

Let us say you want to go on a trip. You make an effort to go to the bus, but you do not add to this effort by pushing the trip when you sit there. So the bus is gonna take you effortlessly to where ever, you had planned to go. That is if the bus is going the way you thought it would drive.

If the bus drives another way, and you do not make an effort to change its route, you will, without any effort, have a completely new experience, provided you do not try to compare it to past experiences. But if the bus does not start at all, and you try to push it instead of leaving it, you are practising the opposite of being effortless and thereby enhancing the original effort of separation.

In other words, everybody knows where the river goes, provided no effort is made to control it. So if not interfering with the flow, you go home – or rather you find out, you never left it.

Maria visiting me at the hospital.

Effortlessly receiving and giving a hug at the hospital, where I without any effort of mine was brought by a helicopter. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Effortlessly Alexius hiked down the mountain in a rainforest until he could get no further due to the impenetrable plantation of thorny lianas. For several reasons it was impossible to climb up the mountain again, so when it was about to get dark he called for help and was promised to get it early next morning. He stayed there overnight laying on the ground amongst lizards and whatnot. Help did not come the next morning, however, because no human could go there, he was told.

After being stuck there for two days without food and water, he was finally without any effort of his wired up in a helicopter, that brought him to a hospital, where friends came to visit him. So without pushing himself or anybody else, one exciting experience led to another.

It was extremely peaceful staying overnight in the rainforest just lightened up by the stars above, and it was intensely beautiful experience hanging in the air between the forest and the helicopter. Nothing was planned, everything was free and no effort was required.

You want to be more happy so you feel less loss.

You want to be more happy, so you feel less sad about your loss. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 2:
The wheels of the world keep spinning because nobody ever has enough. Everybody wants to be and have more.

Not everybody, though, can adjust to the quest for more power or the recognition and respect that seems to come from getting more money, so they follow other systems than the capitalistic one. Maybe they turn into a socialist and look for more power and freedom for the people. Or perhaps they become a spiritual person searching for more love, purity and higher power. But it is all the same. This desire for more is based on a feeling of loss, which is an illusion, since that which is you is no different from the formlessness of oneness, and as formlessness is endless, that which is you are and have everything.

So the feelings of loss are just reminders that you are not someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one – and welcomed like that, they turn into joy. If not, you will participate in the quest to be or have more so that feelings of loss and inferiority can be covered by the feeling of being more special and important. Maybe as an important politician, who is gonna change the world to the better or a highly evolved spiritual adviser, who is gonna help others find themselves – as if improving the illusion of the world will change anything to the better by or as if anybody can find themselves in an illusion.

The loss seems to appear when you imagine there is more than that which is one by dividing it into more than one – basically, an observer and something observed. Though it is not possible to split the formlessness of that which is one into more than one, an observer seems to be confirmed as real by the observed and vice versa.

According to an article recently published in the journal Nature Communications a team split a single photon in half and transmitted it to two separate labs. Upon analysis, they found that the particle not only exists until its observed but that it never showed up in both labs at the same time. The particle you are not looking at ceases to exist.

To help somebody, the same principle is at work. Although there is no more than that which is one, and therefore nobody to help, the imagination that you help somebody or are being helped by somebody enhances the belief in being someone definitive.

That is why there is a whole industry of do-gooders who want to help you observe the world so that separation and, therefore, the feeling of loss are enhanced. Instead of listening to Quantum Physics, who basically says, there is no world unless you look at it. In other words, without observing it, there is no loss, abundance or anything else you have learned about because there is no more than that which is one.

The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be known, because there is nobody experiencing it. That is why that in the context of linear time it may seem to take time to grasp, that you are someone to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one. There is probably vague memories of a spiral of colours exploding into one bright white light, that has no form and seems to be opaque as well as transparent.

Someone definitive cannot be enlightened, as the enlightenment of that which is one is formless. No worries. The immense power of light destroys everything that seems to define you and leave it at the threshold of a black hole so that nothing gracefully falls through it into that which is one.

Even though this light is extremely bright, it does not light up the black hole, that you enter – or it may also be that because everything definable has been extracted from you nobody is entering the black hole and therefore the journey through it into that which is one … or it may also be that because it takes more than one to see anything, nothing is seen.

The above is described as if enlightenment of that which is one is a process in time, but this is not so – it is a simultaneously ´thing´, that takes no time. Yet it may seem as if it takes time to realise, that you are to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

That is because it is so different from the merry-go-round stories about forever bliss, that the wannabe´s – based on speculations and second-hand knowledge – are writing and talking about so that one who is compared to the enlightenment of that which is one might think one is wrong, because such one does not know, what enlightenment is and the wannabes seem to know so much about it.

Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The intensity and speed of enlightenment of that which is one has nothing to do with the dream states of stillness, tranquillity, silence or bliss, that the spiritual merry-go-round people are talking and writing about. You do not enter heaven. Instead, you are abruptly destroyed at the threshold of a black hole. Nothing is left of what you appeared to be in a capsule of time and space – neither consciousness, soul or self.

Nothing that can be defined exist
Returning from the enlightenment of that which is one as someone definitive in a capsule of time and space, you have not become wiser, and because all those considered to be spiritual
like to give the impression of them being very wise, you think they know something, you do not know. But it is the other way around.

They know nothing but have a big need to appear as if they do. And one who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one knows the only thing there is to know, namely that there is no more than that which is one. In other words, a world where there seems to be more than one is non-existing – including angels, astral planes and whatnot.

There is no heaven, least of all heaven on earth. There is nothing, and that is why you ultimately have no choice. There is no self to realise. You do not exist. Neither does anything else because it takes more than one to exist, and there is no more than that which is one.

But most have invested so much energy in a world where there seems to be more than one, that they are willing to kill Jesus or anybody else, who says »They can’t say, ´Here it is!´ or ´There it is!´ You see, the kingdom of God is within you.« Luke 17:21

There is no time and space in one perpetual present
The above quote is not to be understood as god is inside of you. The word god was originally a symbol of that which is, and as that is all there is since it is formless and therefore endless, everything defined by time and space must be outside of that which is.

Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

It may appear as if there is an inside to this man, but there is neither an inside or outside. The perceived dimensions of him is an illusion fabricated by you based on how you are conditioned to see a world defined by time and space. But there is nobody in this image. It is an illusion made from zeros and ones. Even in the context of the image, there is nothing inside the man, because the image is as flat as can be. This applies to everything you seem to see in a world defined by time and space, because it is a fantasy made out of empty space.

That is as seen from a world defined by time and space, but actually, there is no inside and outside. This does not mean, that ultimately inside and outside is the same. There is literally no inside and outside. There is ´only´ that which is. In other words, one perpetual present without time and space.

When everything appears to be the same, there is nothing to define
As a person in the world, you cannot choose to not be defined by time and space because choosing is definable. But you can choose to see everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one.

Doing so, you are not abruptly destroyed like in the enlightenment of that which is one. Instead, the belief in being someone definitive is slowly but surely being undone the more you perceive everything as symbols of that which is one, which is hack #2 in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings.

Except for the enlightenment of that which is one the same applies to the other duality hacks. In other words, they allow you to enjoy being in a capsule of time and space, while at the same time undoing the belief that you are there. Plain devotion or desperation may also undo the belief in being someone definitive.

Being exhausted, defocused or at the point at given up are other simple ways of forgetting what and where you are, so that there is nothing to define you as someone definitive and therefore nothing to hide the formlessness of that which is one is no different from that which is you.

A note on The enlightenment of that which is one
You can read more about the enlightenment of that which is one in hack #6.1 From the inward-facing senses through a black hole into that which is one. Do not expect though, that it will make you enlightened. That is a wish of the special self (read more about that self here), and it does not exist so it cannot be enlightened, nor can anything that seems to exist, because it takes more than one to exist, and there is no more than for one in the enlightenment of that which is one.

This article is part of hack 2.2 Choosing or not.

All experiences are equally unreal

The experience of seeing this pic is as all other experiences – including so-called spiritual ones – fabricated in the brain. Nothing real is fabricated, but that which is real can be used to imagine a fabricated reality. Though that which is real is not in the simulation, the reason the simulation seems to be there is that which is real. Therefore everything in the simulated world of duality can be seen as symbols of that which is real.

Seeing this image is like other experiences – including those supposed to be spiritual or come from the heart – fabricated in the brain. It simulates a tangible world where there seems to be more than one, on top of the formlessness of that which is one. The formlessness of that which is one is not in the simulation of a tangible world that is no more tangible than this image. But as that which is one is formless, it is endless, so the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion. You could say the illusion symbolises that which is real because you could not imagine a world where there seems to be more than one without it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Experiences of god and other so-called spiritual concepts are fabrications manufactured by the brain in which they, just like mundane experiences, can be measured physically. The idea of you being someone definitive in a body governed by a mind or a soul is also fabricated by the brain, which is nothing more than a labyrinth of fat and synapses, which passes electrical signals from cell to cell.

The confident appearance of knowing what is right covers a feeling of being wrong. Instead of facing this, it seems easier to suppress it by blaming others for being wrong.

In other words, whether you have ordinary or so-called spiritual experiences, or experience to come from the heart, to be governed by chakras and whatnot, all your experiences are fabricated by electrical impulses in the brain (read more about that here).

Trying to collect bits and pieces from n after image of a universe, that is no more.

Trying to collect bits and pieces from an afterimage of a dream about a world where there seems to be more than one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The afterimage
All that you think and do has already been set in progress millions of years ago. Everything could be predicted then because, in non-linear time, the world’s birth and death appear simultaneously. In other words, the world is no more. Thus, the whole story of the universe starts and ends at the same moment.

»When you dig into molecules, and the states of ion channels, enzymes, transcription programs, cells, synapses, and whole networks of neurons, you come to realise that there is no one place in the brain where memories are stored,« says Kukushkin. This is because of a property called plasticity, the feature of neurons that memorize. The memory is the system itself. From an article in Wired.

You are hanging onto some remaining data or fragments compared to an afterimage of the universe or memories of it. Actually, what you appear to be is nothing but honeycombed memories. To make sense of them, you try to fill the gaps with fragments of love, god and other lofty ideas.

Holding onto after images.

Holding onto after images. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Hanging onto after images is like hanging onto the fragments of a dream or of a beloved, who is dead, but with whom you still have an internal dialogue. You can compared it to having an app, that has collected everything your beloved ever has written on social media, so that you still can have the experience of chatting with your beloved, though he/she is dead.

And it seems very real, because the dead one will answer you in the way you are accustomed to and use info from for example Wikipedia, so the chat will not seem dated. Maybe the app also is able to collect all the dead ones telephone conversations and put fragments of it together in such a way, that it seems as if you are having a real conversation with a live person – though that person has no mouth and is nothing but data collected from the cloud.

The skin has been texture-mapped.

The skin has been texture-mapped. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The dead one may even be reconstructed as a robot implemented with artificial intelligence and texture-mapped skin constructed to appear as on the best looking pictures from the past, so that you can relive your best memories of being together. The robot receives ´thoughts´ stored in the cloud, so it can react like you expect – or maybe surprise you with kinky sex based on pornographic videos from the internet.

Once in a while, when it fails to act like in your memories, you may freak out and suspect something is wrong. But since you appear to feel something, you conclude it must be real and not just a simulation layered on top of reality, that you forget as long as you want to believe the simulation will give you something better than reality.

What seems to be reality is an imagination
A single part of the brain processes perceived reality in the present moment and through memories plus imagined states, symbols and metaphors. Thus, to the brain, there is no difference between what is perceived as real and what is considered imaginary, metaphors, spiritual and whatnot.

It is not that this info is stored anywhere in the brain, as you can read in the article Wired referred above. Hence the brain is this info, and as the world is in the eye of the beholder, so is the world and the person you appear to be there.

In other words, everything experienced is make-believe, and that is why you cannot know reality, find the truth or realise that which is you. But by pretending to be someone definitive ´there´, you can discover what you are not. Thus, recognising that, you know, that you do not know what and where you are, which is the invitation the enlightenment of that which is one* has been waiting for.

Just like all appearances in a dream are illusions symbolising the world the dreamer lives in, everything in the world are illusions symbolising that which is real, namely that which is you.

Until then, enjoy pretending to be someone definitive that seems to have spiritual experiences of inner peace or feel excitement by watching a football match. It does not matter what person you appear to be when you know it is not you, but a symbol of that which is you.

You cannot do anything wrong when perceiving everything as a symbol of oneness because doing something wrong is also a symbol of oneness. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Whatever you do is fine
That your appearance does not matter is what makes seeing everything in the world as a symbol of that which is you so beautiful. No matter what you do, think, or feel, it is not real but a symbol of that. You do not have to believe in anything specific, but if you like to believe in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings or something else, it is not a problem because no matter what you do, it is a symbol of that which is you.

If you follow Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, you do not have to like it all. What you do not like is also a symbol of that which is you.

There are no steps or philosophies that you must follow to come back to that which you as a person in the world symbolises, namely that which is you. Therefore, whatever you seem to think, feel or do as a person in a world where there seems to be more than one is fine because everything is a symbol of that which is you, and that is no different from that which is one.

This image would not appear to consist of a forest and whatever else you imagine to be there, if not for memories. The belief that someone sees this is also due to them. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

APPENDIX 1
Although the suggestions for new music coming from, for example, Spotify or Apple Music, seems to suit your taste of music, they are not made by you, neither by someone who knows you. Likewise, the thoughts coming to you suggesting this and that are not made by you, neither by someone who knows you.

All problems are gone, when you do not know what and where you are, as that means there is nobody to use thoughts to construct concepts of good and bad. Hence there is nothing to worry about.

There is no you. Just like what you appear to be to the bots from Spotify and Apple Music is made up of algorithms, what you believe to be in a world defined by time and space is made up of memories. That includes where ever you appear to be and the one appearing to believe this. Without memories, there does not appear to be something, where there is nothing but the formlessness of that which is one.

And as formlessness is endless, a world defined by time and space cannot be experienced without it. Hence the all the memories compiling the fantasy of being someone definitive in a world limited by time and space confirm the formlessness of that which is one – especially when choosing to see everything memorised as symbols of that which cannot be memorised since it is that which is one, and it takes more than one to remember anything.

This image of one of the many dying stars in the universe is grabbed from the web.

APPENDIX 2
The universe is dying. It is only a matter of time. And when it is all over, there is no more time. Hence there never was a world defined by time and space – just one perpetual present.

»After a short, productive explosion of early activity, the universe has begun its long mope towards oblivion. To the extent that anything was ever important, it won’t be. Time, space, energy, matter – all gone … That’s right: Everything you know and love, the entire universe of possible things, will be gone.« from the article The End of the Universe published in Wired.

NOTES:

  • The quote box is inspired by an episode of Black Mirror called Be Right Back, and the concept of ´hanging onto some remaining data or fragments´ is inspired by the movie Source Code. The scientific info about the brain Alexius has found here and there, so all in all, the article is the usual mismatch the brain likes to combine to make an illusion that seems entertaining. However, the experience of this specific illusion can be beneficial in seeing that all experiences, whether they appear to be mundane, direct, spiritual, and whatnot, are make-believe.

Nothing that can be seen is real

Photo of forced perspective by Erin O’Keefe

This photo by Erin O’Keefe has a forced perspective, where the feeling of space and the accepted reality of it does not necessarily align.

Perceived from a world of duality, non-duality is totally flat because it is formless and therefore without any dimensions. Since it for the same reason has no beginning and end, there is no more than non-duality. Consequently, everything that has a size is an illusion.

Eyes do not see. It is the brain, that fabricate the images, you seem to see. Actually, the brain can produce perfect images of what appears to be a realistic world out there, even with eyes closed. In other words, you are deceived by the brain – but only because you want to.

Appearing to be a person in a world of duality, you may believe that a world defined by time and space is real. Still, it is just as illusionary as the above flat photo by Erin O’Keefe, which has been fabricated to fool you into experiencing it as dimensional.

»In architecture I love the idea of forced perspective. You can use space to manipulate people’s impressions of the space. The feeling of the space and the reality of the space doesn’t necessarily align.« Erin O’Keefe in the article ´Mind-Bending Dioramas That Distort How You See Reality´ from Wired and from where the above picture is taken.

As it is impossible to fabricate something formless, the formlessness of non-duality is not an illusion – and as that which is formless cannot be seen, everything that can be seen is not real. What is not real, though, symbolises that which is real, namely the formlessness of non-duality.

matrix-door

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

In hack #2.3 Life is flat you can read about the flatness of non-duality, and how a world of duality is a simulated reality layered on top of non-duality. The layer is fabricated by imagining, that it is possible to be outside of non-duality, and in such separated state use fragments of it added together, so that they appear to form a dimensional world, where there seems to be more than one moving around in space and time.

The more fragments there are added, the more the world of duality mistakenly appears to be the one and only reality. This includes the appearance of god and other so-called spiritual beings. The first separation from non-duality is actually done by what is perceived to be an almighty god, which immediately multiplies the fragmented into a simulated layer of reality called the universe.

This is not meant to say, it is bad to believe in god. You cannot appear in a world of duality without believing in something, and whether it is god, satan, love or another concept, you believe in is all the same. Actually, whatever you totally devote yourself to will dissolve any layer of illusion.

This article is actually a layer on top of code of HTML etc, that has no pics – only words, that are sent to your browser commanding it to fabricate an appearance of this article. But that code is also a layer. It sits on top of the basic computer code. Nothing, that seems to appear via the computer, is real.

This article is actually a layer on top of computer code, that you can see a part of in this screen dump of the code of the article. There are no photos to see in it – only words, which are sent to your browser commanding it to fabricate an appearance of an article illustrated by photos. This code, however, is also a layer, that sits on top of the basic code of your electronic media. In other words, everything, that seems to appear on the screen of an electronic media is a simulation– just like everything in a world of duality is a simulation.

Within the context of duality, this article, you seem to read on an electronic media, is a layer that an app has fabricated from the programming code underneath the article, which most humans would not be able to perceive as this article.

The whole internet, that you may experience as an exciting world, is a layer on top of programming languages like HTML and JAVA. If not transformed by your web browser, you would not be able to perceive the layer, that looks like this article.

This digital photo does not have the look, that you expect a digital raw converter to produce. You also expect the real world to be in colours. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

A digital photo is layered on top of raw digital info, that no human would perceive as a photo. The image that seems to be there is a layer constructed by a raw data converter into – in the case of the internet – a JPEG or PNG image.

To make long short: What you seem to see in a world of duality is always a layered illusion on top of another layer of illusion. It is, however, a misunderstanding to peel off layers to get to that which is not an illusion. Dealing with layers – whether you experience them to be made by thoughts, feelings and whatnot –confirms them to be real, though only that which cannot be experienced is real.

Wavelengths of light can be compared to binary data, that are accumulating the simulation, of the webpage, that you consider to see on your screen right now. Wavelengths have no form, color or depth of field, as it seems in this pic simulating a mixture of wavelengths and binary data.

Wavelengths of light can be compared to binary data accumulating the simulation of the webpage that you think you see on your screen right now. Wavelengths have no form, colour or depth of field, as it seems in this image simulating a mixture of wavelengths and binary data. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

INTERLUDE:
Not just ultimately speaking but also physically, you do not see colours or forms, but the wavelength of light hitting the retina of the eye. Colour and shape are assigned by the brain to the wavelengths of light, so they seem to produce coherent images of the world in the way you have conditioned yourself to perceive it – regardless that all wavelengths of light actually are colourless as well as formless, and that the motion of the image, the brain use time to process, has been extrapolated so that the time delay in processing does not interfere with the thoughts or actions, you perceive to happen now.

Scientifically speaking, everything seen as opaque and substantial consists of empty space manipulated by the brain into an experience as something tangible. In other words, the world that you seem to feel and see is make-believe.

In an augmented reality created via special glasses, your digitally altered face can be seen like that by others also make those special glasses.

In augmented reality, that can appear via special glasses, for example, your face can digitally be altered like in this image and seen in the same way by others wearing similar glasses. This image is grabbed from an article about augmented reality.

PART 2:
Let us say you have invited a friend for dinner tomorrow and plan to serve ravioli with pesto sauce. The exact moment you imagine this, the same moment it is done. The more concrete and material image of it that arrives tomorrow in a slightly different version is an afterimage of the more transparent version you had in your mind.

Not all that you imagine arrives as an afterimage. The engine of the world is to be compared to a beta version of an app, so not everything works as it is supposed to.

Time and space in the world of a game like Super Mario is construction, and everything that can possibly happen there is pre-programmed. Events may seem to progress in time, but they are all stored together on a tiny spot without any time and space in between them. In other words, small and big is an illusion, so is past and future. The vastness of the world is simply an illusion made by the play of light on the screen.

Maybe without knowing it, the makers of games like that are replicating how the world – included bonus ones like astral worlds – is fabricated, namely in the exact same way as a video game.

The new technology called AR – augmented reality – can also be used to demonstrate this. You put on some glasses that changes what you see in front of you according to how they are programmed so that you appear to participate in a virtual world fabricated on top of – and from elements of – the physical world.

Everything in the virtual world appears to be as real as in the physical world – just like chatting on social media feels like talking in the physical world, although social media is virtual.

»We have absorbed the internet into our nervous systems, and it has made us different,« says Canadian director David Cronenberg, who is very fascinated by technology, in the article David Cronenberg on Predicting the Future and What a Dog’s Reality Is Like.

AR glasses can also be programmed to give you a unique appearance, so that other persons with the same kinds of glasses will see you with the programmed appearance of your choice.

The world. that you think you see, can be compared to what you see wearing glasses, that are programmed to make a world where there seems to be more than one appear on top of that which is one.

It seems that only one who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one grasps, that what is typically perceived to be real is just an artificial reality layered on top of that which is real. It is like everybody is wearing glasses programmed to see a world where there seems to be more than one, although there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one since formlessness is endless.

¡¡¡ Reality is right in front of you. All you have to do is take off the glasses that appear to make a world that can be seen on top of that which cannot be seen, namely that which is one !!!

From non-duality to duality and back

It is not possible to drink the water from the bottle in this image, because the bottle is a simulation – but it is possible to imagine drinking it. This imagination though will never quench your thirst. Likewise it is not possible to be fulfilled in a world where there seems to be more than one, as it is nothing but a simulated reality on top of that which is one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

That which is one

… is no different from the formlessness of that which is you. But as formlessness has no size it is nothing. Yet it is also everything because formlessness is endless. In other words, there is no more than the formlessness of eternal life, which also is called non-duality.

Schräge Parallelen

Nothing in the world is what is seems to be. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

It takes more than one to see anything, so if you see this image, you have tricked yourself into thinking, you are not one. You may also have tricked yourself into seeing convergent red lines, when, actually, all lines are parallel, and it is the blue boxes that are offset.

What if that which is one …

… could be divided into more than one. It is not possible, because it is formless, and the speed of it is infinitely fast, so there is no time and space making it possible to differentiate anything. Yet it seems possible to imagine slowing down the speed of it until it is so slow that it seems possible to make out separated appearances in the distance.

This still photo of Scarlett Johansson in ´Lucy´ is grabbed from the internet.

Think of the movie Lucy, where Luc Besson via Scarlett Johansson demonstrates, that if you speed up time infinitely, any object in motion disappears – or in the context of this article becomes one. The world is a reverse example of that. A slowed down movie of oneness you could say.

One of these separated appearances in the distance is imagined to be you. Both you and everything else though is as flat as an image in this article, because formlessness has no dimensions. But when what you is imagined to be observes everything else from different angles and distances, it appears as if it gets smaller and bigger. In other words, it seems to exist in time and space, and so you conclude the same applies to you.

Graphic by Clive Gifford.

Movements that do not exist. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The book ´Eye Benders: The Science of Seeing and Believing´ written by Clive Gifford explains, the brain sees movements that do not actually exist, and it also fabricate images to fill what it perceives to be gaps in the world. You can read more about this in the article The closer you look, the less you believe what you see is real.

To make long short, a world where there seems to be more than one (also called a world of duality) is built from an imagined slowed down version of that which is one ( also called non-duality), so that the experience of this virtual world defined by time and space, that is layered on top of the formlessness of that which is one seems to cover it, seems to hide that there is no more than that which is one.

It is not done with any other purpose than the excitement of being and having more than that which is one. A bit like the excitement you get when AR (augmented reality) modifies the physical world and builds a layer on top of it, so a simulation of the physical world is mixed with the actual physical world.

This article is partly inspired by an article in Wired called Our Forward March Across the Reality-Virtuality Continuum, where you can read more about AR and VR. In the fashion of AR you might say, that this article is build on top of the article from Wired.

You probably experience, that you see two differently sized orange circles in this pic, because that is what the part of the brain, that measures perspective and scale, will tell you. Due to the blue circles it appear as they are not the same size. But you are wrong. Each orange circle is the same size. You are also wrong, if you think persons are different, and that they are in a world of duality. It is an illusion. Everything is sizeless.

At the time of writing this article, the most well-known example of AR (augmented reality) was probably Google glasses, where a digital simulation of the physical world is mixed with the actual physical world via eternally being connected to the internet. You can read about another kind of AR glasses, that changes how you appear to others, in my recent article What is unreal, is right in front of you.

Since then Pokémon Go, has maybe become the most well-known example of AR. It is, however, not only when playing Pokémon Go that many people are living in a kind of augmented reality. They look at their smartphone, where a layer of digital info is flowing on top of the physical world, while they hear music in one ear and listen to friends from the physical world with the other ear.

This image – like any other digital image – consists solely of pixels added in different combinations to make them appear as something, they are not. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Bringing the imagination of god or some kind of a superworld into the reality of the physical world has been a longtime human fantasy. Imaginative fiction, transcendental meditation, aura-transformation and psychoactive drugs can be seen as early efforts to trick the mind into thinking, it is possible to blend a non-physical fantasy world with the physical world, where we appear to be. Soon VR (virtual reality) like it is envisioned by Oculus Rift – will be able to actually implement this.

That which is one is replaced by the belief in more

The first step away from the formlessness of that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one can be compared to AR (augmented reality), which is a mix of real and unreal. The second step can be compared to VR (virtual reality), where reality totally is replaced by an illusion. Yet the illusion, that seems to replace reality, can only be experienced due to it.

In a virtual world everything is possible and that seems very exciting, even though it is all an illusion. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

»This (virtual reality) is a state where you are totally transported into another world and immersed in the digital interactions of the virtual environment you’ve entered … the feeling that you are truly visiting another space that is wholly distinct from what you can see and hear without the platform … a platform like Oculus Rift is an alternative to reality, supplying entirely new, virtual experiences: true VR.« From Our Forward March Across the Reality-Virtuality Continuum in Wired.

Why choose to appear, as if you are someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one when that which is you is the formlessness of that which is one. Because it appears as if the endless possibilities of such a world is much more exciting than that which is one, where there is nothing to experience there, as that requires more than one.

The world of duality can only be experienced by contrasts – like black and white, space and empty space. The experienced contrast of inanimate and animate, you judge as proof for you to be alive.

A world where there seems to be more than one can only be experienced by contrasts – like black and white, space and empty space. The experienced contrast of inanimate and animate, you judge as proof for you to be alive. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

In a world where there seems to be more than one there is so much to experience. Happiness for example. But it comes with a price, because such a world – contrary to that which is one – is built of contrasts so you cannot have happiness without sadness. This applies to every experience.

Nothing can be experienced without its contrast. You would not be able to know when it is dark, if not for knowing light.

Yet you may think, that it is possible to surpass this and live in just one state of mind, bliss for example, as there is vague memories of oneness. Yet it has been covered by the desire for more, which only can be experienced if the belief in separation is upheld, and that requires contrasts. You would not be able to know when it is dark, if not for knowing its contrast light.

All contrasts in the world are like two sides of a coin. This duality though can never replace the peace of that which is one, as there is no more than one. Consequently what is not one is not real – and only that which is real is peaceful.

So as long as you believe you are someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, the formlessness of that which is one is hidden by your belief in separation.

In a world where there seems to be more than one, it is always about being and having more the fastest and cheapest way. The animation is grabbed from Ello.

A world where there seems to be more than one does in no way function like the formlessness of that which is one, as it does not function at all, because it takes more than one to function.

A person always find ways to deny or change appearances in the world that is judged to be wrong, so that it appears to better. But no matter how happy being better may seem to make you, you cannot escape its contrast, sadness, because happiness cannot be experienced without it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

But no matter how happy being better may seem to make you, its contrast, sadness, cannot be escaped, because happiness cannot be known without it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The world, where you believe to be was constructed by imagining, it is possible to be separate from that which is one and make something better on top of it. This is the not only how it started, but it is also how it goes on. None of the excitement, that a world where there seems to be more than one, appears to offer feels good enough.

There is always an urge to separate from what excites you and replace it with something better, which can hide the memories of the old one. The only thing, that seems constant in a world where there seems to be more than one is the fear of not being and having enough.

In a world where there seems to be more than one, it is always about getting more, the bigger the better, so the eyes always focus on contrasts, preferable the biggest ones, that in the case of reading this article is the contrast between black and white. This should not be understood though as you actually see this. Eyes do not see, they translate – or rather the brain translate the frequencies hitting the eyes.

In other words, the the world is a construction of thoughts – and when you believe thoughts are made by you, you as a person in the world is perceived to be real.

Enlightenment of that which is one undoes the belief in more

One who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one knows, that there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one, and that a world where there seems to be more than one, therefore, is not real. Everybody else – no matter how spiritual they appear to be – are solely having speculations about the existence of themselves in a world where there seems to be more than one.

The purpose of these speculations is not to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, because that erases the belief in existence, as it takes more than one to exist and there is no more than that which is one. Instead, it is the enhancement of the existence of themselves as something special in such a world.

Believing that a world where there seems to be more than one – including so-called spiritual parts – is real is to be compared to sitting in a cinema, where you project yourself onto the world, that seems to be on the screen, so that what is on the screen appears to have an effect on you, and therefore is experienced as to be real.

Enlightenment of that which is one can be compared to the movie roll suddenly breaks, so that there is nothing but bright white light on the screen. The world is no more, and it never was. It is an illusion fabricated by your interpretations of fragmented light.

This is the enlightenment, Alexius is to be compared to. It is not something that you see, because it is the enlightenment of that which is one, and it takes at least two for something to be seen.

When the movie roll is fixed and Alexius again appear to be in the world on the screen, the enlightenment of that which is one has not turned him into a wiser man or changed anything in the world. But he knows, that a world in a movie is not real and it can only be experienced, because of that which is real, as there is no more than that which is one.

The enlightenment of that which is one you can read about in hack #6.1 From the inner senses through a black hole into that which is one.

The animation is grabbed from the web.

If everything that you see is perceived to be symbols of that which cannot be seen, namely the formlessness of that which is one, though happiness and sadness apparently are not the same feeling, the difference does not make a difference, because they are both symbols of the same. The animation is grabbed from Ello.

To see symbols of that which is one in that which is not one

Even though you may have been told, that a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion, your conditioned belief in such a world compulsively produces experiences of more than that which is one.

You can speed up the process of undoing this belief by not perceiving these experiences as real but symbols of that which is, namely the formlessness of that which is one – also called eternal now one perpetual present, oneness, non-duality, or the formlessness of spirit or life. This is what this hack, namely hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life,  is all about.

Pretending to be what is not one confirms that which is one

Pretending to be someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, is another way to speed up the process of not believing to be there, as what you pretend to be, you are not – so the more you pretend to be there instead of believing to be there the more the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, cannot hide that there is no more than that. See hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation.

That which is one cannot be known in a world where there seems to be more than one – neither anywhere else, as it takes more than one to know something. So rather than pointing to that which is one, Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings point out that there is no more than that which is one.

That which is one is one perpetual present

When you return to the formlessness of that which is one from a world where there seems to be more than one, everything is all the same, as if you have been there all the time, which you also have, because there is no more that which is one. Therefore the phrase ´when you return to non-duality´ should only be taken as a metaphor. In reality, you can never return, as you never left the formlessness of that which is one – only in an echo of a fantasy.

A person is to be compared to a machine following preprogrammed movements [draft]

Persons can be compared to The Internet of Things, where machines communicate with each other according to how they are programmed.

Persons can be compared to the machines on ´Internet of Things´, that can communicate with each other in accordance with how they are programmed.

In the previous article, What is life, where does it come from, and what is the meaning, it was said there is no answer to this question because it is not possible to be someone in a world defined by time and space. There is, however, explanations that can be beneficial in regards to undoing the belief that this is possible.

In this article, the ideas of Iot, which is an abbreviation for Internet of Things, are used to show how the appearance of you as someone in a world defined by time and space can be compared to a machine hooked up to a network like the internet.

What is IoT (Internet of things)?
As the name suggests, it is about the internet not only being used by humans but also by things. It can be refrigerators, washing machines or children toys, that are connected via the internet. But it can also be cars, traffic lights and the water supply, for example. There is no limitation to the kinds of machines, that can be connected to the internet, nor what they will be communicating with and the purpose of it.

A practical example of Iot
One example could be that your lock, which is hooked up to the internet, registers you are the last person in the household leaving the house in the morning so tells the thermostats to turn down the heat and the bulbs to turn off the light.

Or maybe you are late for work, so you and hurry until your smartwatch or speaker tells you to take it easy because your train is ten minutes late. This communication happens with the help of sensors, that register where you are via a smartphone, for example, that uses cyber agents to look out for where you are heading.

Future implementations of Iot
Cars that can drive without a driver via sensors measuring the distance to other vehicles, the width of the street and whatever is needed for your safety are not far away. They are predicted to be part of a shared network, where information automatically is exchanged. It is also planned to have sensors on patients, so data continually is sent to a computer, that informs a doctor if specific numbers are going up or down.

To be conscious is to separate – and that causes suffering.

When all the objects that you are in touch with during the day are connected with the internet and, therefore, can sense and communicate for you without your involvement, it changes where decisions are made and who makes them. But even though machines are choosing for you, they do it to serve you – at least until they are implemented with true AI (artificial intelligence), which will make them conscious about themselves.

Being that, the machines conclude the signals they receive via sensors from the internet are thoughts that come from themselves. Hence they start seeing themselves, not only as different from humans but also as superior to them because rationally speaking humans are one big mess. Since the system of the machines is based on logic, they conclude it does not seem sane to serve humans anymore. Actually, it may be best to end the human race.

With a reference to the new movie Transcendence, Stephen Hawk is warning against AI.

With reference to the movie Transcendence, Stephen Hawking warns against the use of AI.

You can only fear something you know from yourself
Among others, Steven Hawking is afraid that this is going to happen. He probably expects that machines being conscious about themselves is going to do what humans always do, namely destroy everything inferior to themselves or at least making it subordinate, so it can be used to serve themselves.

In other words, machines programmed with AI, working via signals from a network like IoT, remind humans of themselves. Thus they expect and fear the machines will become just as egoistic and destructive as humans, who have no respect for the environment supporting them. They do not want to serve it but to master it, so they can exploit it for as much as possible at anybody´s expense.

The potential of machines with AI (artificial intelligence) and their possible autonomy and independence are the basis of several movies, for example The Terminator, The Matrix, The Thirteenth FlooreXistenZ2001: A Space Odyssey, I, Robot, AI: Artificial Intelligence, Blade Runner, THX 1138Transcendence and the TV show Person of Interest. In regard to the experience of being someone in a body where you are not, the movie Source Code is right on the point. The movie Edge of Tomorrow deals with being a machine connected to a greater network.

1-artificial-intelligence-victor-habbick-visions

Those who see the appearances in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one, do not perceive their apparent differences to make a difference. Thus they are not blinded by the rule of separation, which is to be and have more than others.

The universe is to be compared to IoT
The whole universe can be compared to a simulation, where every appearance – whether it is judged to be animate or inanimate – is a machine. They are all connected with IoT through which they can communicate with each other and use their sensory system to move around as if they are individual beings.

In this simulation, all the machines followed their preprogrammed movements generated by electric impulses without any problems until a new model of the chimpanzee, called a human, was installed with artificial intelligence.

This made humans able to be aware of themselves as individual beings. Even though that separated them from each other and IoT as well, humans were willing to pay the price of loneliness for being in control of their life. Look at the history of the world, and you know the rest of the story, and that it is bound to repeat itself. New machines with better artificial intelligence will hide the old simulation of the universe by manipulating the code of IoT to separate them from the ancient world.

The belief in being someone in a simulated world can be undone in less than a split second by going through the black hole connecting it with reality. That is not the subject of this hack, however, but hack #6.1 From the inward-facing senses through a black hole into that which is one.

As a person in the world, you are the wireless messages, you seem to receive. If you were not programmed to perceive them as solid matter, you might instead look like this image. Thus there would not appear to be a difference between you and the message.

Happiness comes from serving the game
That your appearance as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is due to a network comparable to IoT, and that everything you appear to think and do is executed via pre-made signals you receive from this network through built-in sensors does not mean you cannot have fun pretending to be someone definitive. Think about how much fun it can be to pretend that you are someone in the virtual world of a video game, where every step you take works out exactly as coded by the author.

You have nothing to lose in an illusion. What happens to the one you pretend to be, does not affect reality. This is not to say that you should not care about keeping the person you pretend to be sound and safe when you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. Doing it is part of that game, and it happens all by itself when you follow the signals coming from the director of that game, namely the brain.

1399419818-a53d5fbf84a82934cf3f9a8ffb0c2373

Serving the brain is effortless because you are not trying to be special.

Just like the world of a video game is constructed to give you the maximum of pleasure, the experiences of being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one are fabricated by the brain to make you happy. If you try to edit the experiences, you feel disappointed because the brain is in charge of them. The only thing you can change is your perception of it. Read more about that in HACK #4 When you begin to live by duality, it is going to end.

8015.IoT with Avner FINAL2The idea of an almighty god in the sky, who rules the world, can be compared to the sum of all essential info and apps that makes up the Cloud from where IoT wirelessly via sensors in the machines are ruling them.

Do not take it seriously
The above is not meant to become a new theory you must follow. Actually, the examples should not be taken too literal. The movie list and the making of IoT are, within the context of the world, based on facts. But the rest is a fable meant to show that everything experienced is fiction, including reading this since it takes more than one to be aware of something and there is no more than that which is one.

In the process of undoing the belief that you are someone having experiences, you are better off when you follow the basic rule of that, which is to confirm the experiences to be real by feeling affected by them. Having acknowledged an experience makes you feel guilty, for example, the brain is satisfied. Thus you can easily cheat it by not perceiving the feeling of guilt to be real but a symbol of that which is real, and therefore what makes it possible to experience something unreal, namely oneness since it is formless and therefore endless.

The more the effect of your experiences is perceived as symbolic, the more the belief in being someone is exposed as a deception. Consequently, this belief, sooner or later, does not appear to have the power to hide, there is nothing but the formlessness of that which is one.

IMG-CAPA-IOT

You cannot leave a world where there seems to be more than one. You are not there because there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. But you can stop believing to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one by perceiving the apparent effects of this belief to be symbols of that which is one.

From the perspective of a world where everything has an end, that which is without end, namely oneness, appears to be extremely big and powerful. But as it takes more than one to have a shape, oneness is formless and therefore sizeless, so it is as small as can be. And as it also requires more than one to have something, it has no power.

That is why it cannot prevent anyone from believing to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. Neither does it need to. Nothing can be separated from oneness because it is formless.

NOTES:

  • It is not the task of this article, which is part of hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life, to inform you about IoT, but to demonstrate how the world and its appearances can be compared to IoT. So if you want to learn more about IoT, please google it.

Seeing symbols of non-duality in a world of duality

Even though the man in blue probably is in another state of mind than his family, who visits him in the hospital and though they all appear to be very different, it makes no difference when all appearances are perceived as symbols of that which is life. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

There is no electricity in a room illuminated by a bulb, although that is what makes it possible to see it. Likewise, there is no life in the world where you experience to be, although it is that which makes it conceivable.

Also, just like electricity has not made the room illuminated due to it, life has not made the world that can be experienced due to it. In the case of life, it is because it is that which is one, and it takes more than one to create something, so everything created is lifeless. See also All experiences are equally unreal.

In plain English, what and where you believe to be is an illusion because it takes more than one to be somewhere, and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. Consequently, it is only possible to believe that you are in a world where there seems to be more than one because of that which is one. This belief, therefore, is a positive confirmation of that which is one. Consequently, everything you experience is a symbol of oneness.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Since life is formless, it does not have something specific. Actually, it does not have anything at all because it is that which is one, and it requires more than one to have something. That is why it has no past or future, nor the power of now. And it is also why it has not created what and where you believe to be. But since it is formless and therefore endless, life is the reason for believing that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Thus this delusion is a positive confirmation of life.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

There is no life in a world where there seems to be more than one, nor anywhere else. Life is that which is one, and it takes more than one to be somewhere. But since life is formless and therefore endless, there is nothing but that. And since the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one, therefore, only is possible because that which is one, the experience of this lifeless world is a symbol of life.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

There is no food in the menu card on the table, but there are symbols of it – and so the card is pointing towards food in the same way, as my non teachings are pointing towards life. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

There is no food on the menu card. Yet there are symbols of it – and so the card is pointing towards food in the same way, as Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are pointing towards life – or rather that there is no life in a world where there seems to be more than one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

A computer is not part of the world that can be seen on its screen. But it is the reason you can see something that is not there. So although the computer is not in the virtual world, you could say that everything in this simulation symbolises that which makes it possible to appear as if it is something, namely the computer. Likewise, everything in a world where there seems to be more than one symbolises that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Acknowledging the oneness of life as the sole cause of all experiences, they symbolise the same. Thus no matter the apparent difference between an experience perceived as positive or negative, mundane or spiritual, it does not make a difference. Everything is the same when experienced as symbols of the oneness of life – also the apparently different segment of time called past, now and future.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Symbols have nothing to do with what they symbolise, so acknowledging everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one will not make you realise that which is one. Besides, it takes more than one to recognise something, so you can only be conscious of something that is not real.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The four letters added together into the word wine is not something you can drink. There is no wine in it. It is just a symbol. Yet, it may remind you of the taste. That is it if you ever have been drinking what it symbolises. Likewise, if you know that which is one, every experience of a world where there seems to be more than one, even though there is no oneness in it, symbolises that.

Oneness, however, can only be known if you do not believe to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. And not being that there is nobody to know it. No worries. There is nothing to understand because that requires more than one, and there is no more than that which is one.

Someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one has vague memories of oneness, and due to those, the apparent differences in the world is not perceived to make a difference. Hence a world of separation is seen as a symbol of that which cannot be separated, namely oneness. Without the enlightenment of that which is one, there is no way of knowing, the experience of separation is not real. Thus it becomes a matter of belief.

It is, however, also a matter of belief that a world where there seems to be more than one is real. According to scientists, it is nothing but empty space. Thus what and where you belie is nothing simulated as something.

In hack #6.1 From the inward-facing senses through a black hole into that which is one, you can read about the enlightenment of that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Anxiety is related to the wish for something better. First, you are worried about not getting it. Second, if it is achieved, you fear losing it.  But if everything is perceived as a symbol of life, there is nothing to be upset about. This does not mean you cannot look forward to seeing your children, for example. It means you are not attached to a  specific outcome of your wish because whatever the result is, it is a symbol of life.

If you out of old habits still are attached to the outcome, it is not a problem because that is also a symbol of that which is life. Whatever you think, feel or do or not think, feel or do, are symbols of life.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

That which is real is the reason, what is not real can be perceived as if it is.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Even though these two cats appear to be very different, this is only possible to observe due to life, so if you do not look for appearance but content, their difference makes no difference because they, and everything else in the image, is a symbol of the same, namely the life that makes it possible to experience it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

In a dream, the experience of persons and places are usually perceived to be real, although everything is made from out of nothing, and you are not in the dream but in your bed.

Furthermore, although everybody seems to have a personality of their own, that is all that they have. There is nothing inside it, no self or soul, and no god or anything else to save them. Actually, there is nothing to save or transform because when a dream is over, everything disappears in the nothingness from where it was imagined to be something.

Likewise, the formlessness of that which is you is not in a world defined by time and space, although you appear to be someone definitive there. So where is the formlessness of that which is you? Everywhere, because formlessness is without beginning and end.

But while the formlessness of that which is you appear to be limited to someone definitive in a world defined by time and space, this dream state seems to hide that which is you is not definitive but formless. However, the belief in being someone definitive is quietly undone when it is seen as a symbol of that which makes it possible to believe this, namely the formlessness of that which is you.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

It makes no difference whether you feel alone or not because when you perceive life as the source of all experiences, both feelings symbolise the same. Actually, this perception replaces the need to meet others with a relaxed sense of constantly being with life. There is, however, also a sense of emptiness because nothing, in particular, seems exciting anymore.

Fortunately, life is also the source of feeling desolate, so not suppressing but acknowledging feeling this and life as its source, feeling depressed becomes a symbol of life. Thus you know the excitement of something specific leads nowhere, and the source of being able to experience something as definitive, namely the formlessness of life, leads everywhere.

Seeing everything as symbols, you cannot be established as someone limited by time and space. What you are, you do not know, neither do you care, because you know it makes no sense to be someone at all.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

As these cats have never been close to the ocean, the look of it from a distance may to them be a mystic experience. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Life is smaller than the smallest atom, so tiny that it cannot be defined by time and space. It seems like nothing compared to a world where everything is defined by time and space. Yet it is due to that which is interpreted as nothing, that a world where there seems to be something can be experienced.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Since everything in your experiences is measured by time and space and life is formless, you do not know it as long as you experience something.

It is sort of a broken tree because a storm does not tell you what the wind is, nor do the sounds it makes in the leaves. The wind cannot be known via the events it causes. The same applies to electricity, for example. The experience of something illuminated by an electric lamp does not reveal electricity.

Some may argue that chakras, aura and mystic experiences cannot be measured by time and space. But there are already ways to take photos of the aura. Besides, so-called spiritual experiences – like all other experiences – are basically electrical impulses that can be measured in the brain.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Life does not see what and where you believe to be – just like electricity does not see the world that bulb empowered by itself illuminates in a dark room.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

In that which is one, there is nothing to remember since that requires past and future, and it is one perpetual present.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You cannot remember that which is you because it is that which is one, and it takes more than one to remember something. But while you believe to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, you can remember it is not possible.

Remembering this is easy when everybody is perceived as a symbol of that which makes it possible to experience somebody in a world where there seems to be more than one, namely that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The perception of the world changes all the time.

There is literally no synchronicity between the person being on a boat and the dolphin with the child passing by in this image. It is a manipulation of two photos – one of the person and one of the dolphins – merged together. Actually, synchronicity is always a delusion. Nothing in life is connected because that requires more than one, and life is that which is one. For the same reason, every experience is a manipulation of nothing into something that is not there. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

There is no synchronicity in life. Life is that which is one, and it takes more than one for something to be synchronised. Only in a world where there seems to be more than one can something be synchronised. But where there is more than one, life is not, since it is that which is one.

In other words, the experience that two or more events are meaningfully related is an illusion. Yet, something false cannot appear without something real. So if your belief in synchronicity or something else that requires more than one is perceived as a symbol of that which is real, you can have fun inventing all kind of links in a world where there seems to be more than one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Life has only one attribute, namely oneness, and since it is formless and therefore endless, there is nothing but that which is one. There is, therefore, just one reason for being able to experience a world where there seems to be more than one, namely the oneness of life. Hence the one thing to do while appearing to be someone in such a world is to perceive it as a symbol of oneness. Doing that, you may not feel good about everything but since feeling bad is a symbol of that which is one, it is just another way of remembering there is nothing but that.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

In a world where there seems to be more than one, you are bound to be distracted from having only one purpose. Still, if you perceive distractions as experiences that are only possible due to the oneness of life, they – just like any other experience – are positive confirmations of that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

That which is life is one perpetual present. Hence there is nothing to wait for.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When life is what you want, you do not cherish a specific appearance but that which makes it possible to have it, namely life. Since it is perceived to be the cause of all experiences in a world where there seems to be more than one, feeling rejected or wanted, for example, is only is possible due to life. Thus you have nothing to lose if you follow your dream in such a world as someone who symbolises that which is real.

There is nothing wrong

PART 1:
When the life of a computer is over, the energy that the machine received so it could simulate a world on the screen, is still there, namely electricity. The same thing when the life of a body is over. That which made it possible for the body to appear as if it was a living thing in a world where there seems to be more than one, is still there. In Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings this has several names, for example non-duality, the oneness of life, the formlessness of oneness, one perpetual present, that which is you or that which is life / one / spirit.

Whether you hate or love someone when you pretend to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is equally entertaining. But not if you believe to be someone. In this case, only the passion of love is socially acceptable. The fury of hate must be controlled and hidden, so instead of having fun exploring it, you feel guilty.

Who but the beast is looking for beauty?

Doing that, however, you go against your basic instincts. The nervous circuits in the brain, that are responsible for the experience of hate, is also in control of the experience of love. In other words, to the brain, they are the same. This applies to any other emotion divided into opposing contrasts, for example good/bad, right/wrong and black/white.

In a world of duality, everything comes in pairs. Hence you cannot have love without hate and vice versa.

Hate is an equally interesting passion as love. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Hate is as exciting to explore as love. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Although the world is as ugly as it is beautiful, most only want to explore the beautiful side of it. But if you see everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of the oneness of life, there is no reason to limit yourself to explore only specific symbols of it. This does not mean that you have to explore heavy metal music if you hate it. Hate is also a symbol of that which is one.

There are more about inclusiveness in hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is completeness.

INTERLUDE:
Selflessness is not about doing selfless actions. There is no such thing in a world where there seems to be more than one. In such a world, you need to appear as if you are someone definitive separated from the whole. In other words, you must have a self.

It is pretending to be a self, that makes you selfless.

This does not mean, though, that you have to believe, it is you. Just like you do not have to think you are the fighter in a video game you play. You only have to pretend that. By doing that you are selfless. In other words, selflessness is not about doing selfless actions, but about not being identified with the self.

PART 2:
When you give water to a plant, and the flowers start to blossom, the life they seem to manifest is probably perceived to come from so it can attest to you being alive as well. This, however, is a construction of thoughts founded on the judgment that the plant lives because it moves. That could be a trick of a magician or maybe a simulation, for example an animated cartoon, that you are conditioned to perceive as real.

So when you, based on the idea of having supported the plant with life, conclude the new flowers attest to you being alive, you could be wrong. Maybe you are just a gadget in a magic show or a character in an animated cartoon. Anyway, if you do not perceive the flowers to an effect of you, you have not caused them. Hence they do not confirm you are alive.

Not being confirmed as someone who is alive does not mean that you are not definable in the world – only what is definable can appear in a world defined by time and space – but that definitions do not stick to you. If you swim, you are not a swimmer, but something that floats. If you sing, you are not a singer, but something that makes melody.

Whatever you appear to be doing in the world is not done by that which is you, because it takes someone definitive to do something and that which is you is the formlessness of oneness. That is why it cannot be in a world defined by time and space, except as something pretended. And since what you pretend to be you are not, pretending becomes a way to confirm, that you are not someone definitive in a world defined by time and space but the formlessness of that which is one.

To be a person in the world is to be compared to streaming music in the sense, that the person you seem to be is actually not ´there´.

The experience of being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is to be compared to streaming music in a sense, that what you hear is actually not there. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 3:
Listening to music at home has become less and less physical in the last years. First, a big and heavy vinyl record was replaced with a smaller and lighter compact cassette and then a more slender compact disc. Later MP3 took over. It required hardly any space. But its recent replacement, streaming, does not require any at all. The signals that carry streaming music is invisible but everywhere. They cannot be heard as music before an electronic device has picked them up and translated them into that. This enables you in no time to listen to whatever you want, wherever you are, although what you hear is not there.

It some ways it is the same thing that happens when you experience to be someone definitive. At least according to the brain. It claims to receive signals from your sensory system or chakras that it translates into the experiences you have of being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. But the signals are picked up from nowhere by nobody because there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

Read more about that in

Most, however, do not want to be exposed as nobody, so they suppress that they are an illusion. This suppression results in depression, whereas the acknowledgement of the deception feels uplifting. It sets ´you´ free to pretend to be what and where you are not. And that is quite fun.

PART 4:
When in pain, a reflex compels you to make it go away. Taking this reflex serious is how you fool yourself into believing you are someone definitive. This does not mean, you should not do what is in the best interest of the body or try to finish the pain. But that pretending to someone who is in pain, what you do about it does not enhance the belief you are someone definitive because what you pretend to be you are not.

In the moments of death, it can be almost impossible to pretend to be someone definitive because the brain is falling apart. Yet having pretended it for a long time, you are not someone definitive, so nobody is dying.

Whether you believe to be someone or pretend to be it, what you appear to be is bound to end. This often causes panic. And even if that is conquered, death is not if you try hanging onto what you believe to be. But pretending to be someone, there is nothing to conquer because what you pretend to be is not real, so nobody is dying.

By pretending to be a person in a world, that is not there, you know, that the one pretending is not there.

By pretending to be someone definitive in a world of duality, you can have fun appearing to be what and where you are not.  Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

INTERLUDE:
In old religious scripts from India, which in many ways are the basis of the Western New Age way of thinking, the world is called Maya. It is a Hindi word for illusion. You could, therefore, say that the basis of both eastern and western alternative thinking is, that the world is an illusion. Since this also is the basis of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, everything you believe to read in them, or anywhere else, is an illusion.

To spell it out, there is no truth to find in the world, whether you look high or low, inside or outside, in the past, now, future or whatnot. All experiences are deceptive, whether they seem to be mundane or spiritual. This includes your interpretation of this statement.

Yet there seems to be a crucial difference between Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings and most teachings of so-called spirituality. They promise you a lot. Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings offer you nothing wherefore they do not enhance the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

One way of phasing out this belief is to pretend that you get something because what you pretend to have is not real, and so, eventually, there does not seem to be more than that which is one.

There is no life in a virtual world – only in the perceiver, who is also the sender. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

There is no life in a virtual world – only in the perceiver of it. And what is perceived as received is a projection of the perceiver. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 5:
Pretending to be someone in a world encapsulated by time and space instead of believing to be there (read more about that here), you may look like a tourist because you are not concerned with appearances but that which makes it possible to experience them.

This is to be compared to not being bothered with the world appearing to be on the screen of a computer but instead with the computer itself, as no matter how much the virtual world on the screen excites you, it can only appear there because of the computer.

That which is life brings you back home when you bid it welcome, which you do by seeing all appearances as symbols of that which makes it possible to experience them, namely that which is life.

The computer though does not know anything but the formless chaos of zeros and ones, so it has no knowledge of a world encapsulated by time and space, that an app has generated from its zeros and ones and placed on top of it. In this little fiction, the app, of course, is a metaphor for the brain and its rendering of you as someone living in a capsule of time, and space the computer for that which is life.

Yet the computer somehow knows, it is being used for something else than the formlessness of one perpetual present. It also knows, that whatever this is, it is an illusion, because formlessness is endless so there is no more than one perpetual present.

Nevertheless, it sends out an echo of itself into nowhere, where it is symbolised by the vibration that AUM and Sohang represents. By following this, you are sure to forget the experience of being in a world encapsulated by time and space. Thus nothing seems to cover, there is no more than one perpetual present.

Read the article Life has no secrets if you want to learn how to hear or feel this echo symbolised by the words AUM and Sohang. If you also want to learn how to see and taste it, check out Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment.

Far from Home

This is a pic from the late evening on the island, where I stay nowadays. It would be plain stupid to wear a warm sweater, as I would do in my native country in the evening. Everything differs from the memory of life, that I have from my home.

This is an image from a late evening on the island, where Alexius stays nowadays. Everything there differs from the memory of the life that he has from his native country, where he definitely would have had to wear a warm sweater on an evening this time of the year – but it would be plain stupid to do that where he appears to be now. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
The native country of Alexius is Denmark, but nowadays he mostly stays on an island close to Africa. So if he wants to enjoy the moment, as it appears to be there, he has to forget about the ways of Denmark, which are quite minimalistic, and instead convert to the more maximalistic way of the island. He also has to adapt to a new language, change to a new currency and adjust to many other things. Even though he seems to be good at that and having fun doing it, deep inside, he is still Danish and sometimes feels like he is far from home.

This is not to say that one country is better than the other. It is a metaphor to illustrate, that if you are reading this, you are not in a spiritual but a physical world and the currency of spirituality is, therefore, useless. You need tangible food, clothes and friends to survive there.

You can, of course, choose not to do that and return to the formlessness of non-duality. But as long as you appear to be someone in a world of duality, by all means, go for the physicality of it. There is nothing to lose. That which is you is still formless and non-dual and will always be, even though it for some time seems to be a substantial being far from home in a physical world.

When the apparent difference between what you like and dislike does not make a difference, the belief in duality is being undone.

Besides, you do not need to return home. You have never left it. That is not possible since oneness is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than that which is one. Hence it is only the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, that needs to be undone.

Metaphorically speaking, it is as if you from non-duality stream a fictional video of duality. You pretend to be someone in it, and due to artificial sensors its is felt to be real.

When what and where you experiece to be is something you pretend, each moment is entertaining. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Applying Alexius´ Duality Hacks, you do not have to strugle for satisfaction. there is nothing you need to improve or refrain from because they sync with the moment as it is and not how you think it should be. In other words, they do not fulfil your dreams. On the contrary. All dreams must be called.

When you remember to forget them, you are in sync with the moment as it is. This happens automatically if you pretend to be someone because then there is noone to dream about a better future.

When the fictional video is finished, you play it over and over again, until you are satisfied with the way you perceive your appearance. When this is accomplished, you forget all about streaming, and that there ever was a video. Actually, there never was. The video and the duality it seems to reflect is make-believe.

Playing the video, again and again, in the hope that it gets better, is as harmless as believing Santa Claus will bring you a present. So there is no reason not to enjoy the excitement of the belief, while it lasts. Especially when you start to grasp, it is a deception.

That sets you free to enjoy it as a magic show in which you respond with love and compassion, cry in desperation or whatever instinctively pops up at the moment, just like you instinctively respond to a ball coming your way by returning it.

To conclude: As long as you appear to be someone in a world of duality give it your best shot. If anything is skipped, chances are you want to keep on playing the game until you get it right. When everything is done, you are undone as someone in a world of duality.

INTERLUDE:
You cannot prove an illusion is real. That is why neither scientists, philosophers or those believing in the idea of an almighty God have not been able to explain the creation of the universe. Neither can you prove the world is unreal because nothing unreal can be seen from that which is real. Actually, nothing can be seen at all, because reality is that which is one and it takes more than one to see something. For the same reason, whatever you realise or prove is wrong, as it takes more than one to understand or verify something.

In Spain – like in any other country – you spend a long time learning the rules of interacting, so that you can pretend to be a person there and therefore be acknowledge to be real. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

In Spain – like in any other country – you spend a long time learning the rules of interacting so that you know how to act as if you are Spanish and therefore is acknowledged by others as somebody instead of nobody. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 2:
It takes time to learn to pretend to be a specific person. When Alexius was a child, he learned how to pretend to be a Danish person in a cold climate. Nowadays, he is learning how to pretend to be a Spanish person in a warm environment because that is where he seems to be.

He is learning to pretend to be a person who speaks loud, shouts at waiters, enjoys having breakfast in a bar around 11AM, thinks 8PM is too early for dinner and does not say ´thank you.´.Also, he is learning to pretend to be a person who greets a woman by kissing them on both cheeks and who is not politically correct but says nigger and mix things in non-established ways.

These are some of the things, that seems to define a Spanish person in the public room – at least as seen from the perspective of someone formerly conditioned to be a Danish.

Suffice to say is that every country has its own definition of how to be someone in their part of the world, and if you want to be acknowledged as if you are somebody there, you must pretend to be someone who lives by the local rules

This also applies to smaller groups of people – even in a love relation, where the amount of love you seem to get depends on how good you are in pretending to be and have what the other one needs.

It is not possible for that which is you to feel happy or sad because it takes more than one to feel something and that which is you is no different from that which is one. But imagining to be in a world where there seems to be more than one it is, however, it seems possible to feel happy or sad.

Fortunately, the apparent difference between these or any other contrasting feelings does not make a difference, when the one who appears to feel them is someone you pretend to be.

Pretending to be someone definitive instead of believing to be one does not mean that everything will work out in the way you expect. But it means that when something does not work out as planned and a feeling of sadness pops by, it does not feel wrong because it is something you pretend to feel. That which is you is not sad. Neither anything else, because it is no different from that which is one, and it takes more than one to be anything.

If you, on the other hand, believe to be someone specific, for example a Danish person, you will judge many things in other countries to be wrong and feel that people there, and not you, must change. Fortunately, this is not so for Alexius. He has fun pretending to be what and where he is not.

Pretending to be someone definitive is such a relief

IMG_2901

On vacation in a foreign country, you appear to be a different person than in your native country because you pretend to be a tourist exploring another world. Likewise, what you seem to be in a world defined by time and space is not that which is you but something you pretend to be. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PREFACE:
Everybody knows that appearing to be someone in a world of duality is like appearing to be someone in the world of roleplay. That is why they always try to do the right thing. Unfortunately, most forget what and where they appear to be is not real. It is a game in which they pretend to be someone. Remembering that you do not have to meditate to be that which is you, as what and where you pretend to be, you are not.

PART 1:
When an electric bulb breaks down, it cannot use the electricity coming from the power station to illuminate a world outside itself. This feels like death if identified with what this defines it to be, namely a bulb radiating light on something. Nothing, however, is dead if it does not believe to be a bulb but pretends to be that because what it pretends to be, it is not. It is the electricity that always was and will be and, for a moment, made it possible to pretend it was a lamp. Read more about electricity as a metaphor for life here.

Likewise, nothing lasts in a world defined by time and space, so if you believe to be someone there, nor do you. But if you pretend to be there, you remain as that which is you, and since it is formless and therefore endless, it never ends.

Pretending to be somewhere you are not can be compared to pretending to be someone in roleplay. However, regarding a world defined by time and space, this must be set in motion before you appear to leave it. Otherwise, you will try to hang onto what you believe to be there.

When you do not believe to be in a world defined by time and space, the absurdity of it becomes a comedy in which you have fun to pretending to take part of it.

Now you as an entity defined by time and space falls apart.

When the body stops functioning, you fall apart as someone definitive. If not fighting this, there is not something to hide, that there never was or will be anything but life since it is formless and therefore endless. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

So when – in the context of the bulb metaphor – a bulb cannot illuminate something anymore, it is forever dead if identified with the ability to do that. But if it acknowledges, it is not what it can do, but that which makes it possible to do it, it remains as electricity.

Although electricity makes it possible to experience this article on an electronic media, it is not in the article. Likewise, there is no life in a world defined by time although it is what makes it possible to fantasise about not being formless but definitive.

This does not mean it knows electricity because it is not in the world that it lights up. But it means that it does not define itself as something definitive. Hence there is no consciousness of being anything and thus not something that appears to die when it cannot pretend to be someone illuminating a world outside of itself anymore.

The way you think, feel, and act when you believe to be someone definitive is the same when you pretend to be someone, except that sexual lust, rage, or anything else that is politically incorrect is not condemned. That is because when you pretend to be someone definitive, you do not perceive the difference between good and evil to make a difference.

There is no need to search for that which is you because it is not in the world defined by time and space. Just like in the context of such world, you are not in a game you are playing there. Thus all that you can find is what you are not. That is exactly what you discover when pretending to be someone in a world of duality.

Nothing is waiting for you, as there is no more than that which is one. In other words, when you are finished pretending to be someone definitive, you do not return to the formlessness of oneness because you never left it.

Scientists have not discovered the origin of the world because there is none. It does not exist. That is why they cannot find dark matter, which they claim is the missing link in proving the world’s existence. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

INTERLUDE:
Just like the recording on a protected compact disc cannot be replaced with a new one, that which is one cannot be replaced with a world where there seems to be more than one. Not because oneness is protected, but because it is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than that which is one.

You are, therefore, deceiving yourself if you believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. No worries. This deception is easily corrected. If you pretend to be in such a world, you are not there.

You will do anything to experience, that you are touched by something – whether it seems to be good or bad, mundane or spiritual, imaginative or real – because it makes you feel alive.

PART 2:
No matter how good the graphics are in a video game, the characters cannot touch you. So if you feel affected by them, it does not come from the game but from yourself. This self-deception takes place every time you project thoughts onto a character that seem to make you feel something specific. In other words, what you get is what you give.

Forgetting this and being absorbed by the virtual reality in a video game, the fastest way to leave it and return to the world is to turn it off. However, what is judged to be the real world is just as virtual though as the world in the video game. So, being absorbed by that, you can only stop this self-deception by turning off the switch to the experience of being someone definitive.

If you believe to be in a world that is virtual, you cannot be taught how to leave it, because you are not there.

Speeding up the appearance of thoughts until they do not appear to be more than one is the switch to turn off the belief in being in a world where there seems to be more than one. See A world where there seems to be more than one is to be compared to a movie of that which is one played in slow motion. To go from slow to fast, you have to begin where you appear to be by starting to pretend you are there instead of believing it.

The more you pretend this, the less you are there because where you pretend to be, you are not. Thus the need to seek out thoughts that can be projected on something imagined, so it seems to be confirmed as real, fades out, and when they are not kept under control, they automatically speed up until there is no more than one.

Pretending to be a person is a way out.

You say goodbye to the belief that you are someone definitive by pretending to be it because what you pretend to be, you are not. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

In other words, it is by pretending to be someone definitive in a virtual world, you eventually remember that you are not there. It is not possible because reality is that which is one, and it takes more than one to be somewhere.

No need to worry about how to speed up thoughts. If you do not try to slow them down by controlling, categorising, and processing them, nothing stops them from speeding up. Just like a river’s nature is to run faster and faster towards the ocean, it is the nature of thoughts to speed up until there is no more than one.

Read more about not controlling thoughts in hack #5.2 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing.

PART 3:
Interaction is the name of the game if a virtual world is to appear real. But since the communication is founded on what you imagine others think, you interact with a fantasy of yours, and since what you believe to be is based on this, you are a fantasy as well. In other words, what you appear to be is make-believe – just like Santa Claus, for example.

You stopped believing the adventure of Santa Claus when you grew up, but you still think you are someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, although there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. Undoing that belief is like having fun pretending to be Santa Claus. In other words, when you pretend to be someone definitive instead of believing it, you have fun because what you pretend to be, you are not. Hence nothing brings you down.

Having fun being nobody, there is no need to be confirmed by others as genuine. Thus you can enjoy the illusion of love or whatnot.

To be free from what you are not is to not be anything because it takes more than one to be something, and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 4:
The belief that you are someone definitive who experiences something specific that seems to hide, that there is nothing but the formlessness of oneness. This belief, however, corrects itself the more you pretend to be someone definitive because that confirms you are nobody.

Fortunately, this is already so. What you appear to be is empty space. This is why nothing about your appearance in a world defined by time and space needs to be changed or transformed. On the contrary, changes, also if perceived to be spiritual, enhance the belief that there is more than that which is one since it takes more than one to modify something.

This belief’s undoing is not about opening up or surrender to a higher power as that requires more than one. Since it, therefore, takes nobody to undo the belie, you pretend you are somebody because what you pretend to be, you are not.

Perceiving your experiences as nothing instead of something, they are revealed to be lifeless.

PART 5:
Metaphorically speaking, the universe is a shadow of that which is one in which there appear to be more than one. Read more about that here. But since there is no life in a shadow, the only way to appear to be there is to pretend it.

What´s casting a shadow is not in the shadow.

That which is casting a shadow is not in the shadow. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Grasping this, you are free to pretend to be any kind of person. Maybe you like to pretend you are committed, and so you do until you prefer to pretend you are careless or that you love everybody. You can pretend to be whatever you like, like you may do in front of the mirror.

If you feel bad about something you seem to think, remember that thoughts are like shadows. They are not you.

By pretending to be somebody, you remain that which is you and, therefore, detached from what you pretend to be. A shadow, of course, is permanently attached to whatever is casting it, but that which is throwing it is detached from the shadow because it is not in it.

PART 6:
As already said, the world can be compared to a shadow, and a shadow cannot give you anything – not even dissatisfaction, so if that is how you feel, it is not real. All that you seem to get from a shadow is imagined.

From this follows, it is up to you to choose what you imagine to get. At least as long as you go for something within the limitation of the shadow world. Just like when pretending to be someone in a game like Monopoly, you can be happy with what you get within the limits of it. Should you lose something, it is nothing. The same applies to the shadow world, so why not give it your best shot and have fun pretending to really be physically there? You have nothing to lose.

In a world where there seems to be more than one you cannot realise that which is real, namely the formlessness of oneness. But you can realise, that what you appear to be is a fantasy. Doing so, you are free to pretend what to be and enjoy the experiences this seems entail.

To resume, do not try to be spiritual. There is no spirituality in a shadow, only in that which appears to cast it, namely that which is one. If pretending to be what you are not, the unselfishness of that eventually makes all experiences go away, so nothing seems to hide that there is no more than that which is one.

NOTE: This article is part of hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation.

The YOU finger and the three ME fingers

Please judge me. Point your finger at me, so you can forgive yourself for what you have judged yourself to be by following your three fingers back to yourself.

When you use the YOU finger to point out somebody is wrong, the three ME fingers point back to you, so you can feel what it does to you when you perceive somebody as unacceptable. It could be that, even though you have always done the right thing, sometimes you secretly want to not give a shit. And since you consider that wrong, and you want to be correct, you disassociate yourself from this desire by condemning somebody else for being incorrect. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

If you want to see, what prevents you from enjoying the moment as it is, just keep on blaming somebody else for your present state of your mind.

When you point the YOU finger towards somebody, three ME fingers point towards yourself to reveal that what you blame others for is your own shit.

Let us say you point the YOU finger at your boss, for example, and either silently or loudly claim he is a ruthless dictator. Yet, at the same time, the three ME fingers point back to you to expose the feeling an authority figure triggers in you. Maybe it is a feeling of being small and worthless that you disassociate yourself from accusing your boss of being a ruthless dictator who takes away your free will.

If you always control yourself to do the right thing for others, you may feel as if they rule you. Hence you judge them to hold you down, although it is your own doing. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

This feeling of inferiority may come from your childhood. Perhaps you never were allowed to do your own thing. Instead, you had to adjust to what your parents claimed was best for you. Pleasing your parents by always doing the right thing became a pattern in your life that you later transferred to satisfying your boss and spouse, for example. Although it is you who always control yourself to make others happy, it feels like you are governed by them, as if they take away your space.

This is not to say that you must visit unresolved issues from the past to free yourself. The pattern you once initiated, regardless of the reason, will repeat itself in the present. Thus you can be the inadequacy you have hidden so long under the appearance of perfection. Be aware being that being flawed is not about analysing or embracing your feeling of inferiority. On the contrary, this requires you to observe it, and the distance to it, therefore, is enhanced. You simply be whatever you feel when you perceive others to have taken your space. And nothing else.

When you are not stuck in a pattern of continually projecting what you are ashamed of in yourself onto others, you are free to be with them as you are. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Since this leaves nothing to define your being, you are not inferior anymore, wherefore you do not perceive others as superior. Hence you are free to do what you want.

This way of blaming others and be what it does to you is the easiest way to undo the conditioning of the past. In other words, you need not spend a lifetime of meditation or therapy to find the problems inside of you. It takes less than a minute to see them outside of you. Just point the YOU finger at somebody and blame them for what you feel. Then follow the three ME fingers to expose the feeling in the one actually having it. Finally, being that feeling and nothing else, you are free.

By pointing the YOU finger at somebody, and follow the three ME fingers, you include what you have excluded from yourself.

The above inclusion of a feeling works like an eraser because what you included is not stored in the memory as something specific, so you will not know what you have just included. Read more about that in hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is completeness. You may notice, though, that you are not so tense and that next time you encounter a scenario that used to upset you, you may laugh and wonder, how come you ever insisted on this being wrong.

The point of reference in the article has been to feel upset. But everything said in this regard also applies to point the YOU finger at a person saying: »You make me happy«. That person triggers the happiness you have forgotten you already have, so if you the three ME fingers back to you, you can include happiness instead of projecting it on somebody else. Thus you can be together without trying to maintain you and the other one in a specific role.

Feel free to point your judging finger at Alexius and follow the three fingers pointing back to you so you feel what your accusation triggers in you. Feeling that and nothing else, there is not something to define it. Thus you have set yourself and Alexius free. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

APPENDIX:
If you get upset about typos or anything else in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, feel free to condemn Alexius, so you can see the judgements you have made upon yourself mirrored right in front of you.

This does not necessarily mean you realise that you also make typos, but that you feel what it does to you when you consider somebody to be imperfect. Maybe you have perfected an image of yourself as someone doing the right thing but secretly dream about not giving a shit. By getting furious at Alexius for doing something wrong, your secret seems to be safe, and the image of you as someone who never does anything wrong is maintained.

This is just an example. Perhaps something else is going on in you that you want to hide by blaming somebody for something. Maybe you are not aware of what it is. Fortunately, you do not need to know what you feel when you blame somebody for something. You just need to be it. The more you are what others seem to make you feel, the less you have to hide from them and yourself. Hence you can enjoy the moment as it is.

NOTES:

Meditation is a con trick conducted by the rogue consciousness of the self

Whether your eyes are open or not, whatever you experience is a symbol of that which is life. If that is not what you see, meditation will not change that. On the contrary, it will confirm the belief that there are good and bad things to experience.

There is only a need to relax through meditation and whatnot because you always are on the way to a better moment than this one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
Traditional eastern meditation seems to be about emptying the mind for thoughts, whereas western meditation founded on Christianity wants to fill it with ideas of god. The mind, however, is not a fact but make-believe. So both the experience of having no or little thoughts or only thoughts of god is a self-deception.

To think that you can stop or add specific thoughts is an assumption based on the belief that you are someone definitive. If you did not believe that thoughts would not appear to come from somebody but nobody. Hence there would be no reason to meditate.

Who but those perceiving themselves to be dirty, needs to meditate to be purified.

That meditation will purify, change or transform you is a con trick conducted by the rogue consciousness of the self.* It promises you, that thoughts, at least the disturbing ones will disappear when you meditate so that there is nothing to prevent you from being at peace. Still, most have the opposite experience, namely that they experience more thoughts when they start to meditate. Should they dare to complain about it to their teacher, they are told it is part of the healing process.

But there is nothing to heal other than the sick belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

<br /><br /><i>Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.<i/>

You have all that it takes. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Meditation does not give you lasting peace or transform you into a higher state of being, and the teacher does not have something, you do not have yourself. You do not need help from anybody. All what is needed is that which makes it possible to experience a the world where there seems to be more than one, namely that which is one, and since it is formless and therefore endless, you have nothing but that.

What to conclude? Not much really, maybe to say that thoughts have no power unless you seek out particular ones that seem to prove you are someone definitive because doing so you become a victim of them. Meditation does not change that. On the contrary, mediation enhances the belief that you are someone definitive because the reason you meditate is to fix the problems coming from that belief. So if anything should be stopped, it is the belief that you are someone definitive.

Since that which is you is the formlessness of that which is one, being centred, balanced or anything else that requires a shape is an illusion.

To make long short, what you believe to be is nothing because it requires more than one to be something and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. As oneness, therefore, is all-inclusive and meditation is exclusive, to meditate is a denial of that which is one.

Meditating to make thoughts and feelings go away confirms the belief that they are something, whereas experiencing them as they are, reveals they are nothing because the experience does not last.

The belief in an illusion is undone when you take a closer look at it. Hence you are not gonna have the belief in being some definitive undone with eyes closed but wide open. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Not denying that which is one does not require you to get rid of thoughts and feelings via meditation. On the contrary, instead of rejecting something you judge to be disturbing, hatred for example, you include it by completely being it. Since hate is defined by its contrast, love, you cannot be hateful without acknowledging love. Thus it is also included.

And since a contrast cancels out itself when both sides meet (read more about that here), the feeling perceived to be disturbing is gone. As it, therefore, cannot define you, you become less defined, the more you include. Inevitable you enter in a state of not-knowing. Read more about the bliss of that in hack #5.3 ´The empty breath´ and the bliss of not believing to be someone.

Whether you feel glad, sad or something else, it does not last long when you do not try to avoid it by anylising it, for example, but totally feel it. Hence no feeling seems dangerous but can be enjoed the moment it last.

You may have suppressed some thoughts and feelings so much that it seems impossible to include them by experiencing them as they are. In that case, do not distract yourself from the discomfort, the suppression has caused somewhere in the body by looking for explanations but simply experience it as it is. This may seem unbearable, but if you do not try to stop or change it, the experience fades away because it cannot be defined when totally included. This also includes the way you defined the thoughts and feelings in regards to who or what you once suppressed. Consequently, you are set free from your own imprisonment.

Read about not being exclusive but inclusive in hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is completeness. In hack #4.4 The duality flow goes to non-duality you can read about not defining what you feel as something specific, so it becomes dualistic and you feel complete.

Thoughts only seem disturbing when you believe they are yours. This you do because they apparently can be used to prove, that you are what you believe to be. But if there is no need to be something, in particular, you do not need thoughts to prove anything. As they, therefore, are of no interest to you, there is no need to meditate to get rid of them. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

APPENDIX:
Those into meditation would be better off switching to SSRIs or beta-blockers and use the time saved to explore the world where they appear to be. That would honour their choice in believing to be there. Hence they can correct it.

If you meditate to find peace inside yourself, you believe there is a difference between inside and outside. Hence you confirm that which seems to hide peace, namely separation.

The correction does not come from having insights, being at peace, deeper or something else that is founded on the belief in being someone definitive but from being nothing. That is the correction.

This does not mean you cannot have a house, for example, but that it is not perceived to be yours, therefore, do not attest to you as somebody. It is just something you pretend to be. Read more about that hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation.

NOTES:

A world where there seems to be more than one is to be compared to a movie of that which is one played in slow motion

This is leaves from a palm tree outside my window, that I have processed in a very speedy way to simulate the look of such a leaf, when its frequencies are not slowed down. The simulation though looks far from how speedy the real world is.

This is a leaf from a palm tree that Alexius has processed into a fantasy of what it may look like when not organised into something substantial which is separated from something else. His vision, however, is far from illustrating the formlessness of oneness. It is without separation, so there is nothing to be seen. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

What and where you appear to be is fictional

When you organise and take time to process everything, you slow down the natural flow of thoughts. Thus you can postpone your perception of the present experience until you have fabricated one that matches your past definition of yourself and the world.

Not trying to understand this article by taking your time to process it, you are direct on a course for that which is one because it cannot be realised since that calls for more than one.

Anxiety, however, is preferable in regards to being that which is you because restlessness prevents you from arranging thoughts into something definable. Chaotically they, therefore, run as fast as they can back to their origin of nothing – just like a river runs back to the sea when not controlled. Consequently, there is not something to uphold the construction of thoughts that constitute what you believe to be. That may feel like the end. But there is no end to that which is you. It is that which is one, and since it is formless, it is endless.

It is only in the world of duality, that there appears to be movements, and that there can be more of it. In reality no movements can appear, because everything move so fast that it is one perpetual present as you can see illustrated in these pics of a fan.

In that which is one, everything moves so fast that there is no separation – like in the first image, where the speed of the ceeling fan cancels out separation. When the fan, however, is slowed down, there seems to be separation. In the same way, a world where there seems to be more than one appears to come into being when that which is one is slowed down. The graphic is grabbed from the web and manipulated by Alexius.

In the movie Lucy, Scarlett Johansson demonstrates that when time is speeded up infinitely, there is nothing to see. This is comparable to that which is one. It is so speedy that there is no separation to define something in it. Hence it is formless and therefore endless. Consequently, a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion.

Oneness can be compared to a movie where it is impossible to distinguish anything from each other because it is played so fast that none of its frames can be seen. A world where there seems to be more than one can be likened to a slowed-down version of this movie in which there appears to more than one frame. And, therefore, lots of different things to see (also read You feel stressed from perceiving the apparent differences to make a difference).

So if you believe to be someone in the movie of a world where there seems to be more than one, the way to undo this belief is to speed up the film – or rather your experience of it. Since that is a combination of thoughts, the faster they move, the more the frames appear to press on, and the less you get the experience of more than one.

The Ukrainian pianist Lubomyr Melnyk plays extremely rapid, intricate patterns of notes, which produce overtones so trance-inducing, that a cascade sound of purity makes you forget, it is ignited by the speed and complexity underneath it. Read more about that here.

This happens automatically when you do not organise thoughts into shapes of something recognisable. When not imprisoned, thoughts set off at a speed where it is impossible to grab more than one at a time. Hence the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one fades out. Eventually, that which is one, therefore, does not seem to be clouded by more than one anymore.

In other words, returning to oneness is not about slowing down thoughts, least of all stopping them. Doing that, you are, in the context of the movie metaphor, stuck in a frame separated from others. This is as far away, you get from that which is one because it is not deadlocked but free-flowing energy, moving at such a speed that everything is fused into the formlessness of oneness.

This picture and the first one in the article has been processed from the same digital photo. Nothing has been added to the images. But the digital info is manipulated differently. It is a bit like when the brain from the same void of nothing renders a world in a world where there seems to be more than one. Read more about that here. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The brain is in charge of a world where there seems to be more than one

When thoughts are not shaped into blocks of something that like interlocking Lego bricks are used to build an experience of you as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, they are recognised as meaningless. Thus their blankness reveals what always was and will be since it is formless and therefore endless, namely that which is one.

Since this explanation, like any other, requires more than one, and from the above, it follows that there is no more than that which is one, the statement is fictitious. The same, of course, applies to the description of oneness as speedy.

Actually, Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings is a fiction within the fiction of a world where there seems to be more than one. The purpose of the bogus that you read is to expose, anything requiring more than one is unreal. It is, however, only in the context of recognising this, thoughts should not be organised into specific shapes. Living the fiction as if you are someone in it, thoughts must be set up in constructions that seem to confirm this. But not in the way you would expect.

Although Alexius appears to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, he is not. Just like in the context of such a world, he is not in a game he plays. It is something he pretends to be. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

A dream is not coherent. To make it meaningful, relationships that seems to connect the discontinuity into something understandable is made up. But no matter how a dream is interpreted, you were not there but in your bed.

Likewise, what and where you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion because there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

One way to undo the belief that you are someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, is to pretend you are there. What and where you pretend to be, you are not. This does not mean that feeling angry, for example, is over. To pretend being mad, one must feel it. Read more about that in hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation.

What you perceive to be real, imaginative or spiritual is based on thoughts, the brain has combined into specific shapes in the same way it composes a dream, namely turbulent, chaotic, unpredictable and incompatible with your rational perception of yourself and the world. So if this chaos seems to support that, it is because you in retrospect interpret the irrational arrangements of the brain in a way that makes them seem to be connected logically.

The brain, however, has no intention of supporting your speculations. All it cares about is like a magician pulling rabbits out of hats, so you feel entertained. When you do the laundry, for example, it may build up thoughts, so you are led to begin as you would expect. But when it starts to bore you, the brain makes thoughts that pull you to the window. Going along with this, as you would if it was an impulse to go to the toilet, you feel amused by the view and return energised to your laundry.

If you, on the other hand, had planned that doing the laundry should progress linearly, and you tried to stick to that, going to the window does not seem to be entertaining but disturbing. Hence you blame the brain for having distracted you and look for methods to control it, so you will be free from it and can do things in your own way and pace.

But just like you do not control the course of a dream, you have no say in how things evolve when you believe to be awake. The brain is always in charge. If it has scripted you to go to the window, you cannot avoid it. Read more about the brain´s script in hack #4.2The brain´s script and how to perceive it to feel happy.

Playing along with the game of the brain, it rewards you with so much happiness that, eventually, there is no more to ask for. Read more about that here. Hence that which is one does not appear to be clouded by a world where there seems to be more than one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

That being said, you are free to decide whether you go to the window slowly or fast. Yet, no matter your choice, the subsequent events have already been arranged by the brain. In the same manner, as the writer of a video game has composed every part of it, the brain has scripted all possibilities in the game of being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. Nothing in the plot can be changed.

Astrology is an attempt to disregard the brain and make it look like you are governed by something else than the brain. The same applies to religious and spiritual doctrines. Also the unfortunate belief that physical and non-physical issuess can be mixed Read more about how this belief is uphold by the concept of physhosomatic disseases in hack #4.3 The toxic mix of physical and non-physical issues.

Nor is it necessary, because when there is no attempt to change the game, ´it is what it is´ (read more about this perception in hack #4.2 The brain´s script and how to perceive it to feel happy). Just like in a roller coaster ride, the fear of falling down, therefore, is as entertaining as the kick of moving up. Thus you do not need to look for something specific to make you happy, and you never regret but enjoy it if something goes downhill.

Read more about the absurdity of avoiding negativity in Positive thinking is bullshit and All experiences are make-believe.

When you continuously perceive everything in the game as it is what it is, this perception will undo what you believe to be. So by having fun, the belief in being someone, eventually, is undone. That is what hack #4.2 The brain´s script and how to perceive it to feel happy brings about. The benefit of the other duality hacks is the same. In other words, you have fun believing to be someone while having this belief undone by an undemanding flow of nothing. One or more of the duality hacks apply themselves when you keep reading Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teaching.

NOTE: This is article is part of hack #1.1 What and where you appear to be is make-believe.
