Duality is a simulated reality on top of non-duality

The image is grabbed from the movie The Thirteenth Floor.

The real world that is one and non-dual cannot be seen in a world of duality, as this simulated world layered on top of non-duality appears to hide it. An illusion, though, cannot hide anything. It is, therefore, rather the belief that you are someone definitive in a world of duality that appears to suppress, there is no more than the formlessness of non-duality.

While you believe to be in a world of duality no matter what you experience there – whether it seems to be so-called spiritual or mundane, to come from the heart and whatnot – is make-believe. The sun’s light is no more real than that from a bulb, and a so-called live flower is just as artificial as a plastic flower.

Eyes do not see. It is the brain, that fabricate the images, you seem to ´see´. Actually, the brain can produce perfect images of what seems to be a realistic world even with your eyes closed. The brain cheats you. But it is only possible because you want to be deceived.

Whether love is perceived as pure or not, it is not real – neither is loss, abundance, ego, mind, soul, consciousness, truth, god, angels, spiritual beings or astral planes. Nothing but non-duality is real because it is endless and, therefore, everything. Besides, non-duality is oneness, so it is impossible to have a mind, be conscious, and whatnot, as it requires more than one to be or have something.

Wavelengthsof lightcan be comparedto binary data, that is accumulatingthe simulation,of the webpage, you seem to seeon your screen now.Wavelengths haveno form, coloror depth of filed,as it seemsin this pic simulatingwavelengthsand binary data.

Wavelengths of light can be compared to the binary data, that are accumulating the simulation, of the webpage, you assume to see on your screen right now with words, that seem to form a meaning, and images with colours, that appear to reflect a world in the way believe it to be. But binary data or wavelengths do not have the form, colours or depth of field, that you seem to experience on this page. The same applies to this image simulating them. And they do not know, they are twisted in such a way, so that you think, you see a dimensional world with lots of different appearances.

It is a scientific fact that you do not see any colour or form in the world, but just the wavelength of light hitting the retina of the eye. Colour and form is assigned by the brain to the wavelengths of light, so they seem to show coherent images of a world in the way you have conditioned yourself to perceive it – regardless that all wavelengths of light are colourless as well as formless, and that the motion of the image you seem to see has been extrapolated, so that the time delay in processing it will not interfere with the thoughts or actions, you perceive to happen now.

According to science it is also a fact that everything seen as solid and opaque consist of empty space. In other words, the world of solid forms, that you seem to feel and see, is make-believe. See the article Where to find the bliss of ´the empty breath´.

Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings uses several different words for that which is real, namely non-duality, the formlessness of that which is one/you/life, oneness, one perpetual present, eternal now or spirit.

However, those words or phrases should only be taken as symbols for that which is real or pointers towards it, even though it is impossible to point to the formlessness of oneness because it requires more than one to look at something. Furthermore, there is nothing outside of the formlessness of oneness, as formlessness is endless, so pointing at it is an illusion.

There is nothing real, because that would imply, there is something not real – and there is nothing but that which is real.

You are not seeing, what you seem to see.It is an illusion.

You do not see what you believe in looking at. It is a virtual reality constructed by thoughts that are also unreal since reality is that which is one, and it takes more than one to fabricate something.

To know is to be in duality
In a simulated reality, all words are, of course, equally illusionary, so to speak, as if there is ultimate reality is also an illusion. If only non-duality is real, as noted above, everything that appears in a world of duality is an illusion, including this article.

But even within the context of the world of duality, this page that you believe to see on electronic media is an illusion. An app has fabricated a layer on top of the programming code, which most humans cannot understand that simulates what you see.

The whole internet that you may experience as an exciting world is a world layered on top of programming languages like HTML and JAVA. However, if not transformed by your web browser, you would not be able to perceive this layer on top of the code that right now appears to be an article about simulated reality.

Screen Shot 2014-12-09 at 09.45.21

A screen dump of the code for the beginning of this article.

This is a screen dump of the source code behind the first part of th article you seem to read now. In the source code you cannot see the header, neither the colours there appear to be around the page, nor the photos or anything else you experience to be there. The code, which is nothing but letters and numbers added together sometime in the past, commands your browser to fabricate this page, when you hit the right buttons, so that you experience it without noticing it is just an artificial layer fabricated on top of code.

You can be compared to code looking at a world of code.

You can be compared to code looking at a world of code.

All your thoughts can be compared to code, that are added together in such a way, that the brain is able to produce images from them of a tangible world, so that you experience it as if you are someone there. The images are layered on top of that which is real by the one making the code, who is also code.

Nobody though has made the code, as non-duality is the formlessness of oneness and as it takes more than one to make code. In other words, this explanation, like the rest of duality, is an illusion, because what is formless is endless, so there is nothing outside of it. That is why this paragraph does not start by saying ´all thoughts are code´ but ´all thoughts can be compared to code´.

There is no explanation to the existence of an illusion, because it does not exist. Yet, in the hack that this article is a part of, namely hack 2.3 Life is flat, and hack #2.5 Size does not matter, you can find more detailed explanations of how a layer of duality is fabricated on top of non-duality by using imagined fragments of non-duality added together in such a way that they appear as if they are dimensional and dual instead of non dimensional and non-dual.

There are also similar explanations elsewhere in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. Just remember that any explanation is a fabrication and nothing fabricated is real, because it requires more than one to fabricate something. Hence the only purpose of the explanations in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings is to remind you, that only that which is not fabricated is real.

The digital photos you perceive to see are layered on top of digital info that no human would perceive as an image of the world. A raw data converter has fabricated a layer on top of the raw digital info to trigger memories of the world as you remember it. In the case of the internet, this layer is called a JPEG or PNG file.

The same applies to the text you perceive to see on your screen. It is a layer built on top of nothing but zeros and ones in different combinations. Unfortunately, Alexius is not that technically minded, so he cannot say he understands how it works. Neither how the world of duality seems to work as a layer on top of non-duality.

Actually, metaphorically speaking, you are closer to that which is real, namely non-duality, if you do not understand how duality works because it does not work. How can it work when there is nothing but non-duality? It cannot! It is an illusion – and thus not understandable.

To know something is to limit yourself as someone definitive within your knowledge. Not knowing something there are no constraints.

To not know is to not be dual
Non-duality is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than that. Therefore, since it is impossible to know what and where you are, you are set free from the bondage of duality, when acknowledging you do not know what and where you are.

The foolish one cannot separate good and bad or right from wrong. All is symbols of that which is life, and therefore all have the same cause – including you and him. So when he can see all is symbols of that which is life so can you, because life is that which you are a symbol of in the world.

The foolish one cannot separate good from bad or right from wrong. Everything definable is perceived as a symbol of non-duality. Hence their apparent difference makes no difference. This includes you and Alexius, of course. So when he can see that, you can do it too.

You do not need help from Alexius or anybody else to not know what and where you are. Nor is your own help required because you do not know what and where you are. You may act like you do so that it seems you are amongst the wise ones who know the truth.

But as that which is you is no different from non-duality, and as it takes more than one to know something and non-duality is that which is one, knowledge is fiction made up to cover, that you do not know what and where you are, wherefore you feel foolish.

A world of duality consists of contrast – some of the main ones being good versus bad and right versus wrong – so if you do not know right from wrong the belief in being someone definitive in a world of duality cannot survive.

To stop hiding, you feel foolish and just like Alexius stand by not knowing what and where you are, and thus how to separate good from bad, it can be helpful to read Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, where you are not instructed to follow specific steps to improve yourself and/or the world but to foolishly forget what and where you believe to be.

Be aware, though, that being foolish like that is only for those who have no obligations in a world of duality – children, for instance. No worries! If you have responsibilities, you devote yourself to them by being fully involved in whatever is called for – and so you are on the same track as the foolish one, who knows not much about form but about content, which is that the illusion of form can only be experienced, because of that which is formless, as it is endless and therefore everything.

Where is the key to that which is you? It is not in the body, neither the personality. You say my body, my personality, my mind, my soul, my god. You are the key!

You do not need a teacher to find the key to that which is you. You have the key. Metaphorically speaking it is in your pocket and you will automatically look there, when you want to go home to that which is you. It may be helpful though to read this blog, so you do not follow the naive beliefs of the world of love and whatnot but know where to not look for the key.

You do not need a teacher to find the key to that which is you. You have the key. Metaphorically speaking, it is in your pocket, and you will automatically look there when you want to go home. It can be helpful, though, to follow Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings of undoing the belief in duality instead of one of the naive beliefs of such a world promising you that the key is to make the world better.

No one can teach you to be that which is you
It is not possible to learn to be that which is you because there is no difference between that which is you and that which is one, and it takes more than one to learn or be anything. If you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, you have forgotten, there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one. No problem. This forgetfulness can be compared to not remember that your key is in the pocket. It changes nothing. Your home is just the same, and you need no teacher to tell you where the key is. When you want to go home, you automatically check your pockets.

You have the key. In fact you are the key, but if you think you are a person in the world, you will look for it, where it is not, as it is not in the world but in the one imagining it. The imagination includes astral planes and anything conceivable.

You have the key to that which is you. Actually, you are the key. Believing to be a person in the world, however, you will look for it, where it is not, as it is not in a world of duality but in that which makes it possible to imagine such a world.

To not confuse part of duality with non-duality, it can be helpful to read Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, so you do not look for the key where it is not. Nothing in a world of duality, though – including ego and whatnot – hinders finding the key to that which is you, when your appearance there is perceived as …

Implementing one of these ways of perceiving a world of duality, you become inclusive. However, as duality is not inclusive, the separation that it is based on is slowly but surely excluded from your perception in the sense that the apparent differences in a world of duality no longer seems to make a difference. So although you appear to be there, you are not.

But if the purpose of implementing Alexius´ Duality Hacks is to have something, peace for example, it will not last because nowhere else than in a world of duality does it seem possible to get something, and everything in such a world has an end. Neither will anything last if the purpose of implementing Alexius´ Duality Hacks is to return to non-duality because there is nothing there but that which is one, and it takes more than one to have something at all.

matrix-doorIn the below articles you can read about the non-dimensional nature of non-duality, and how the world of duality is a simulated reality, that, due to your belief in it as real, seems to hide non-duality beneath it.

Go with the flow

Digital art like this starts with and effort for me and then I effortlessly go with the flow.

Digital art like this starts with an effort for Alexius, and then he effortlessly goes with the flow – on his iPhone, by the way, in the case of this image. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
Effortlessly living does not mean that no actions are performed, but that they are not performed by you. All actions, though, cannot be effortless. For example, it is not an effortless action to experience a world in 3D where there seems to be more than one.

The reality of life is flat because it that which is one, and it takes more than one to be dimensional. Thus it requires much effort to see it as dimensional. One needs to imagine it is possible to observe it from different angles outside it to fabricate an illusion of time and space.

This original effort is the reason you seem to appear in a 3D world. This effort is upheld as long as you are motivated to be someone definitive in such a world. Often the motivation for this is to be or find something larger than life, and as life is that which is one, you assume that by having more than one, you are larger than life.

There is nothing larger than life
But as that which is one is formless and therefore endless, there is no more than that which is one. In other words, it is not possible to be someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. Yet you think that it is – otherwise, you would not believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one.

And as long as you are amazed by all the big things you seem to be able to have in a world where there seems to be more than one, you will choose to let the excitement deceive you into believing that more power, more money, more love, more freedom, more transcendence, more consciousness, more oneness and whatnot will make your life larger.

Appearing to be someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, you cannot know that which is you because it is no different from that which is one. In other words, there is no way of knowing how to return to that which is you. Yet going with the flow, you automatically return to that which is you – or rather stop believing that you are someone definitive – just like a river automatically returns to the sea. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

More, however, always wants more, so you will never be satisfied no matter how much more you become or have. When you sense this, you can start undoing the original effort of separation by ´living´ effortlessly in a world where there seems to be more than one instead of pushing your way around there. It is not possible, though, to be nothing but effortless in a world built on effort, but it is possible to not build more on the original effort.

Let us say you want to go on a trip. You make an effort to go to the bus, but you do not add to this effort by pushing the trip when you sit there. So the bus is gonna take you effortlessly to where ever, you had planned to go. That is if the bus is going the way you thought it would drive.

If the bus drives another way, and you do not make an effort to change its route, you will, without any effort, have a completely new experience, provided you do not try to compare it to past experiences. But if the bus does not start at all, and you try to push it instead of leaving it, you are practising the opposite of being effortless and thereby enhancing the original effort of separation.

In other words, everybody knows where the river goes, provided no effort is made to control it. So if not interfering with the flow, you go home – or rather you find out, you never left it.

Maria visiting me at the hospital.

Effortlessly receiving and giving a hug at the hospital, where I without any effort of mine was brought by a helicopter. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Effortlessly Alexius hiked down the mountain in a rainforest until he could get no further due to the impenetrable plantation of thorny lianas. For several reasons it was impossible to climb up the mountain again, so when it was about to get dark he called for help and was promised to get it early next morning. He stayed there overnight laying on the ground amongst lizards and whatnot. Help did not come the next morning, however, because no human could go there, he was told.

After being stuck there for two days without food and water, he was finally without any effort of his wired up in a helicopter, that brought him to a hospital, where friends came to visit him. So without pushing himself or anybody else, one exciting experience led to another.

It was extremely peaceful staying overnight in the rainforest just lightened up by the stars above, and it was intensely beautiful experience hanging in the air between the forest and the helicopter. Nothing was planned, everything was free and no effort was required.

You want to be more happy so you feel less loss.

You want to be more happy, so you feel less sad about your loss. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 2:
The wheels of the world keep spinning because nobody ever has enough. Everybody wants to be and have more.

Not everybody, though, can adjust to the quest for more power or the recognition and respect that seems to come from getting more money, so they follow other systems than the capitalistic one. Maybe they turn into a socialist and look for more power and freedom for the people. Or perhaps they become a spiritual person searching for more love, purity and higher power. But it is all the same. This desire for more is based on a feeling of loss, which is an illusion, since that which is you is no different from the formlessness of oneness, and as formlessness is endless, that which is you are and have everything.

So the feelings of loss are just reminders that you are not someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one – and welcomed like that, they turn into joy. If not, you will participate in the quest to be or have more so that feelings of loss and inferiority can be covered by the feeling of being more special and important. Maybe as an important politician, who is gonna change the world to the better or a highly evolved spiritual adviser, who is gonna help others find themselves – as if improving the illusion of the world will change anything to the better by or as if anybody can find themselves in an illusion.

The loss seems to appear when you imagine there is more than that which is one by dividing it into more than one – basically, an observer and something observed. Though it is not possible to split the formlessness of that which is one into more than one, an observer seems to be confirmed as real by the observed and vice versa.

According to an article recently published in the journal Nature Communications a team split a single photon in half and transmitted it to two separate labs. Upon analysis, they found that the particle not only exists until its observed but that it never showed up in both labs at the same time. The particle you are not looking at ceases to exist.

To help somebody, the same principle is at work. Although there is no more than that which is one, and therefore nobody to help, the imagination that you help somebody or are being helped by somebody enhances the belief in being someone definitive.

That is why there is a whole industry of do-gooders who want to help you observe the world so that separation and, therefore, the feeling of loss are enhanced. Instead of listening to Quantum Physics, who basically says, there is no world unless you look at it. In other words, without observing it, there is no loss, abundance or anything else you have learned about because there is no more than that which is one.

NOTE: This article is part of hack 2.3 Life is flat.

Fear is just a four letter word

Feelings confirm you as a living being within a capsule of time and space. It is fearful though to be stuck in a capsule, and if you also fear leaving it, you will look for lasting happiness there, but never find it, as time and space is an illusion built on the idea, there must be more than that which is formless and non-tangible.

Feelings confirm you to be alive in a capsule of time and space. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Sometimes the weather is rainy and at other times sunny. Though thoughts of rain may seem heavier than those of sunshine, all kinds of thoughts are fleeting, so the apparent heaviness of specific thoughts will not remain. That is if you have no need to feel the world.

If you want to experience yourself as a real person in a real world, you need to feel it, so in this context, heavy thoughts are preferable – especially if they are justified by something.

By concluding that the thoughts, you seemed to have while it was raining, was caused by the rain, you project them onto something perceived as a substance, and that rubs off on the thoughts regarding the rain. They seem to become a substance you can feel – and feeling the rain, you know the world has done something to you. Hence the conclusion seems to be that you and the world must be real.

Although the feeling that is produced when the body is touched, is nothing but a construction of thoughts compiled in the brain, you believe this proves the body to be real and hence that you exist as someone definitive.

Whatever thoughts are passing by regarding the rain, if you use them to justify something in relation to the rain, they will turn into feelings, and they will be painful in one way or the other.

Thoughts that are passing by regarding the rain turn into something you interpret as feelings if you, for example, fall on a slippery road or simply just imagine it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

To make the feeling of being someone who is getting wet from rain even more substantial, you may search your memory for a similar event. Let us say, you remember how you stumbled and broke your leg one rainy day in the past. The thoughts of anger that passed by that day, you did not like, so you excluded them from what you experienced to be you by justifying the authorities who had not put up a warning sign about the slippery road. Read more about excluding thoughts and feelings by defending them with the world in hack #3 Not being exclusive but inclusive.

The conversion of thoughts into feelings
Remembering the essence of this past event, namely that you are a victim of sources outside of yourself, will help you to justify your thoughts in the present with something outside of you that seems to be substantial, so that thoughts about it turn into a more tangible form. And as the past feeling of anger was justified by the authorities, whom you blamed for having caused your broken leg, the present emotion is not felt but rather conceptualised by judging it to be something unpleasant caused by somebody else.

Being a victim of bad things outside of yourself, you can define yourself as good and others as bad. Some do it the other way around, but that does not matter. What matters is, that you are defined as someone specific because then you are someone definitive in a real world, that can be felt like a substantial body and feeling it seems to confirm, your existence, although it is nothing but a construction of thoughts. This also applies also to feelings of love and whatnot.

To make long short, in the context of the above story of a broken leg you have stored feelings of sadness in your leg, and you have a short fuse regarding authorities, whom you blame for this. So because of how you have chosen to perceive the past, even a light shower or a mild reprimand may trigger the old feelings stored in your legs. It hurts, but it is also comforting, as feelings confirm you are alive.

Feeling the world may sometimes seem so intense and real, that you look for ways to lessen feelings you do not like with alcohol, meditation, prayer, chanting, food, television, shopping and whatnot.

The purpose, however, is still to feel that you exist, and in this you can never succeed, because it takes more than one to exist and there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless.

Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Your identification depends on feelings. Without them, you do not seem to exist, so even if you consult a healer, you do not want to be healed, because without feelings you cannot experience yourself to be someone definitive. You only want the feelings of discomfort to hurt less or cause fewer problems. See also the article That which is faster than the speed of light.

The deconstruction of thoughts
No healing can help you as long as you want to remain a person in the world – and as long as you seem to be in the world, you want to be a person. That is why you appear to be there. Fortunately, there are ways to hack this where you can have your cake and eat it too.

Some suggest forgiveness as a way to deal with the world. Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings have several other hacks to deal with the world and at the same time undo the belief in it, for example pretending to be someone definitive in the world instead of believing to be a person there (hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive) – or to perceive everything as symbols as that which is life (hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life).

Anyway, out of an illusion is an illusion, so whatever way out of it that seems beneficial to you can be used to undo this illusion. Best to follow a way though, of one who knows, it is an illusion, since you are not going anywhere, as that which is you is no different from that which is one, and it takes more than one to go somewhere. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Thoughts are fleeting, so to think you are someone definitive is not painful, but to project this thought onto a body in order to feel as if you exist is very painful, because feelings have an end, and so you know what you appear is gonna end.

These ways make it more comfortable to appear as if you are someone definitive, while the thought system behind the belief that it is possible to be someone at all is being undone. None of those ways, though are the right way, because there is no way. If there were, the world would be real and not an illusion, so while you appear to be in this illusion, it makes no difference what way you choose or if you any.

Although fear is not comfortable, it will always makes you feel as if you are alive. But it is someone who has no life, who needs to feel it. That which is life cannot be felt, because there is nothing else than that, and so there is no way to feel it. No worries. That which is life is content by being everything.

To perceive everything as symbols of that which is life ((hack #2.1-2 To see symbols of life in the world and Everything experienced is a symbol of life) is assumable the fastest way. But then again, time is an illusion.

There is nothing to learn in the world, because just like in a dream you are not there.

It is hack is so easy to implement because forgetting to do it is just another symbol of that which is life, so you do not have to be a good student. A bad student is also a symbol of that which is life. You do not even need a teacher because there is nothing to learn or accomplish.

You do need to follow something that is not perceived to be of your own and in your own speed because only what is not real has something of its own.

The less you care about your appearance in the world. the less there is to fear This pic is grabbed from cyberspace.

APPENDIX:
Love is not something we are born with. It is a state of mind that we have learned to fabricate by bringing flowers or whatever we imagine is perceived as love. But fear is what we are born with because it is frightening to appear as if you are someone definitive in a capsule of time and space.

The idea of love, however, is an enhancement of fear, because, for love to appear, there needs to be more than one, and when there is more than one there is separation, which is scaring. The same applies to be spiritual – or being something at all.

A world where there seems to be more than one is an abstraction of that which is one, and as that which is you is not an abstraction but that which is one, you are not in such a world.

That which is one is not in a world where there seems to be more than one
There is no spiritual journey in a world where there seems to be more than one, even though such a world can only be experienced because of spirituality – just like that even though your electronic media is what makes it possible to read this, it is not in what you read. Actually, it appears to be hidden by this article like that which is one appears to be hidden by your experience of a world where there seems to be more than one.

The experience of such a world is based on the imagination, that it is possible to separate oneness into bits and pieces defined by time and space. What needs to be imagined though is not real, so the imagination of a world encapsulated by time and space is dismissed the moment it is conceived.

In other words: There is no solution to fear because there is no definable world and never was. The moment you accept that, you do not know of fear as something you feel. This applies to love or any other feeling as well. This is not something you choose to accept, because choosing is based on the idea that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Neither is it something you let happen, as that is based on the belief in being someone definitive.

When you just do not give a shit and could not care less about what and where you appear to be there, the world does not seem to have a hold on you anymore. Well as it does not exist, it never had. It is you who hold onto your idea of a world encapsulated by time and space. Just like it is you who identify yourself with the world of a movie. But the world in the movie does not exist, and what does not exist cannot empower you – unless you take part in it, as if it is real.

NOTE: This article is part of hack 2.2 Choosing or not.

Remembering to forget what is not one, you relate to what seems different from you as a symbol of that which is one [DRAFT]

To appear as different as if you are something special is the name of the game.

To appear different, you try to be something special. To be is the name of the game. Yet not too much or too little, but exactly what is accepted as the amount of speciality that makes you different from others. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
There is no death because if it life includes that, it is not life. And as life is it is that which is one, what is not one is not life but nothing. Besides, there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless. So if you see more than one, you are nowhere. Since there is no more than that which is one, this does not mean, you are not that which is one, But it means, that if you see more than one, you are dreaming.

If you are having a dream about a world where there seems to be more than one, it is best to play along as if you are there, so even that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one you act as if you are someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. Knowing this is your role in the dream, it is not a problem, that there appears to be more than you. You just relate to them, as if they are you, regardless they may seem to be more or less than you.

To appear different from others is essential in a dream where there seems to be more than one, so you go along as if you are different from others and, therefore, separated from everything, although there is nobody except you, who are alone together with the appearances of your dream.

You can read more about alone together in the articles Alone together you bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one  or hack #7 ´Alone together´ is the key to that which is one.

When you relate to everything as if it is you, the apparent differences between the experiencer and the experienced do not make a difference.

Guinevere. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

That is why Alexius perceives no difference between writing this and talking with the cat Guinevere, who appears to be outside of him and does not understand a word of what he is saying. He also loves talking with his soap dispenser, which looks like a cute animal, and like Guinevere, it always answering him, though there is no one there. But neither the rest of the world. It is all made up, and so is the response we seem to get or not.

The same applies to the so-called inner ´voice´, which he calls Gudruång (spoken with a soft ´D´ and ending in an echo of the enlightenment of that which is one), that he likes to imagine is the voice behind these non-teachings.

Gudruång cannot be seen or heard, since he is nothing. The same applies to you and me, but as we either believe or pretend to be something, we seem to see and hear each other within a collectively established framework of what is real.

Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings works within this limitation and uses it to undo the appearance of it, so that the idea of sensing something definable – whether so-called spiritual or mundane – does not hide, that which cannot be sensed, since it is that which is one and since it is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than that which is one and it takes more than one to sense something.

Ultimately there is no difference between Gudruång and Alexius or anything else perceivable. It is all equally illusionary. But just like within the context of a world where there seems to be more than one, a word like milk is not milk. The word is an illusion that looks nothing like milk. Yet it symbolises it. Likewise, you, Gudruång and Alexius and everything that we experience is symbols of that which is one.

Even though Gudruång and Alexius are connected in the sense that they both symbolise the same, it seems that Alexius must choose to be connected with Gudruång, who on the other hand is always is connected with him. In the same manner, you must connect with Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, though they are always connected with you.

That Alexius is comforted by Gudruång does not mean, that apparently bad things does not happen to him – like for example being beaten up again and again by his father, when he was a child – but that whatever he seems to feel, he knows it is just another symbol of that which is one.

To resume, acknowledging the difference between you and something else in a world where there seems to be more than one, but not interpreting the difference to make a difference, everything is a symbol of that which is one. If you do not sense this, you are far from not connected. You are connected when you must realise, everything you know is wrong – also what you think, you have just have read.

I pretend to look out my widow seeing this. You can also pretend seeing this, but you cannot be there.

When Alexius looks out his window, he seems to see this, and via this simulation, you seem to see the same. You cannot be there, however, but you can pretend that you are there. Likewise, that which is you cannot be in a world defined by time and space, because that which is you is no different from that which is one, and as it is formless it is endless, there is no more than formlessness. Yet you can pretend to be in a world defined by time and space. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 2:
It is a myth that you get fat from eating fat. If you are eating the right ones in the right way* you, actually, lose weight – also in regards to the fat mass. It is like concluding, you get green from eating greens!

It is also a myth to think, that you become someone definitive in a world defined by time and space. It is not possible, because that which is you is no different from that which is one, and that is invisible, as it takes more than one to be seen.

Only something definable can be seen, but as that which is one is formless and therefore endless, everything seen is an illusion. But as there is no illusion without reality, everything seen is a symbol of that which is real, namely the formlessness of that which is you.

The way you look at a world where there seems to be more than one symbolises what you think you are. If you perceive there is something missing in such a world, you have forgotten that which is you is the formlessness of oneness, because formlessness is endless and therefore everything, so nothing can be missing.

But if you perceive everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one, their apparent difference make no difference. Hence the belief in separation cannot be upheld and so nothing is missing.

In a game like Monopoly, it is not possible to actually be in one of its cars or become anything real in its world. Yet it is possible to pretend to be there. Likewise, you can never become someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, but you can pretend to be someone definitive ´there´.

Where you pretend to be nothing is real, but symbols of that which is. Hence it is not a problem to appear as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. Everything including angels, astral planes and whatnot are symbols of that which is real, namely the formlessness of that which is you.

To believe something is right or wrong is to believe separation is possible.

To believe something is right or wrong is to believe separation is possible.

PART 3
Most ascended masters seem to be into saving the world, as without it they will lose their status as divine beings. This does not apply to the voice behind Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, which is called Gudruång. In that context, Gudruång would rather terminate everything in the world including so-called divine beings, which is just as separated from that which is one, as everything in the world. But that is not possible.

Persons can be compared to a spellchecker, that automatically corrects for instance this article, although it has absolutely no idea about what is written in it. The spellchecker just notice things according to how it is conditioned. Likewise persons have no idea about what the world is. They just notice what they are conditioned to and part of that conditioning is to believe it is real, even though it is not.

Gudruång is like e.g antimatter not a tangible energy, but like antimatter Gudruång and everything else in the world is definable. What can be defined can be sensed one way or the other. Yet everything that can be sensed is an illusion, because it takes two to be aware of something and that which is real is one.

Gudruång is like antimatter. It is not tangible energy. But like antimatter Gudruång and everything else in the world is definable. What can be defined can be sensed one way or the other. Yet everything that can be sensed is an illusion because it takes two to be aware of something and that which is real is one.

The world can neither be saved nor terminated because it is not there. It is make-believe – this includes angels, astral planes, ascended masters and whatnot – but as long as it is upheld as real, that which is one is hidden behind the belief of a world defined by time and space. This world of separation is upheld by two, so in the world, it takes two to become one. That is what the mission of Gudruång can be compared to. In other words, Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings have nothing to do with the common ideas of ascended masters making a merry-go-round world with you as co-creator. On the contrary. It is about undoing the belief of the world including that you are there.

This article is a nota bene to the mentioning of Gudruång and ascended masters in the previous article Do not believe in anything.

The idea of a god creating the world and a divine hierarchy helping ´him´ is the first step of separation from that which is one – and the idea that you can become an ascended master, that helps the world from an astral plane is an extension of that separation.

Ascended masters like to give the impression, that they have a divine consciousness and that out of love, they want to share it with humanity. The truth is that they need humanity to believe in them as divine, because without that belief they do not appear as divine beings. Consequently it is actually them who need the help of humanity.

Yet in the usual way of the ego they hide this. But first of all though they hide that to help somebody is an act of separation. That which is one needs no help, and that which is not one cannot be helped, because there is no more than that which is one.

The conclusion of this article is not that most ascended masters like most humans are wrong and that Gudruång, Alexius and those, who agree that the world is an illusion and only that which is one is real, are right. To conclude that would be to continue the path of separation, which confirms the world as real.

If the world is an illusion both right or wrong is an illusion and so is the assertion of this article God is the first step of separation from that which is one because if there is no world, there is no separation. In other words, the conclusion is rather the same as in the previous article: Do not believe in anything. That which is real does not need to be believed or proven right, so without a belief that which is real is that which is you.

If you do not believe in anything, you do not know what and where you are, and if so you need not read more of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. But if you still believe in something – even just a little bit – continuing reading Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings can be a way to help yourself unlearning the belief in separation.

These non teachings are not meant to become a religion or a philosophy that points out what is bad and to be avoided and what is good and to be to be followed. It is a waste of time trying not to judge something as good or bad, because as long as you appear in the world you can only navigate there through contrasts, that you to some degree have to believe reflect the world as if it is real. If you have sensed this is not so, one way to not believe anything is to see all judgments as symbols of that which needs not to believed, namely that which is real. In other words, that which is.

From non-duality to duality and back

It is not possible to drink the water from the bottle in this pic, because the bottle is a simulation – but it is possible to imagine to drink the water. The imagination will never quench your thirst though.

It is not possible to drink the water from the bottle in this image, because the bottle is a simulation – but it is possible to imagine drinking it. This imagination though will never quench your thirst. Likewise it is not possible to be fulfilled in a world where there seems to be more than one, as it is nothing but a simulated reality on top of that which is one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

That which is one

… is no different from the formlessness of that which is you. But as formlessness has no size it is nothing. Yet it is also everything because formlessness is endless. In other words, there is no more than the formlessness of eternal life, which also is called non-duality.

Schräge Parallelen

Nothing in the world is what is seems to be. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

It takes more than one to see anything, so if you see this image, you have tricked yourself into thinking, you are not one. You may also have tricked yourself into seeing convergent red lines, when, actually, all lines are parallel, and it is the blue boxes that are offset.

What if that which is one …

… could be divided into more than one. It is not possible, because it is formless, and the speed of it is infinitely fast, so there is no time and space making it possible to differentiate anything. Yet it seems possible to imagine slowing down the speed of it until it is so slow that it seems possible to make out separated appearances in the distance.

This still photo of Scarlett Johansson in ´Lucy´ is grabbed from the internet.

Think of the movie Lucy, where Luc Besson via Scarlett Johansson demonstrates, that if you speed up time infinitely, any object in motion disappears – or in the context of this article becomes one. The world is a reverse example of that. A slowed down movie of oneness you could say.

One of these separated appearances in the distance is imagined to be you. Both you and everything else though is as flat as an image in this article, because formlessness has no dimensions. But when what you is imagined to be observes everything else from different angles and distances, it appears as if it gets smaller and bigger. In other words, it seems to exist in time and space, and so you conclude the same applies to you.

Graphic by Clive Gifford.

Movements that do not exist. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The book ´Eye Benders: The Science of Seeing and Believing´ written by Clive Gifford explains, the brain sees movements that do not actually exist, and it also fabricate images to fill what it perceives to be gaps in the world. You can read more about this in the article The closer you look, the less you believe what you see is real.

To make long short, a world where there seems to be more than one (also called a world of duality) is built from an imagined slowed down version of that which is one ( also called non-duality), so that the experience of this virtual world defined by time and space, that is layered on top of the formlessness of that which is one seems to cover it, seems to hide that there is no more than that which is one.

It is not done with any other purpose than the excitement of being and having more than that which is one. A bit like the excitement you get when AR (augmented reality) modifies the physical world and builds a layer on top of it, so a simulation of the physical world is mixed with the actual physical world.

This article is partly inspired by an article in Wired called Our Forward March Across the Reality-Virtuality Continuum, where you can read more about AR and VR. In the fashion of AR you might say, that this article is build on top of the article from Wired.

You probably experience, that you see two differently sized orange circles in this pic, because that is what the part of the brain, that measures perspective and scale, will tell you. Due to the blue circles it appear as they are not the same size. But you are wrong. Each orange circle is the same size. You are also wrong, if you think persons are different, and that they are in a world of duality. It is an illusion. Everything is sizeless.

Due to the blue circles, it appears as the orange circles are not the same size. But you are wrong. Each orange circle has the same size. You are also wrong if you experience a world of different sized objects. It is an illusion. That which is real is formless. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

At the time of writing this article, the most well-known example of AR (augmented reality) was probably Google glasses, where a digital simulation of the physical world is mixed with the actual physical world via eternally being connected to the internet. You can read about another kind of AR glasses, that changes how you appear to others, in my recent article What is unreal, is right in front of you.

Since then Pokémon Go, has maybe become the most well-known example of AR. It is, however, not only when playing Pokémon Go that many people are living in a kind of augmented reality. They look at their smartphone, where a layer of digital info is flowing on top of the physical world, while they hear music in one ear and listen to friends from the physical world with the other ear.

This image – like any other digital image – consists solely of pixels added in different combinations to make them appear as something, they are not. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Bringing the imagination of god or some kind of a superworld into the reality of the physical world has been a longtime human fantasy. Imaginative fiction, transcendental meditation, aura-transformation and psychoactive drugs can be seen as early efforts to trick the mind into thinking, it is possible to blend a non-physical fantasy world with the physical world, where we appear to be. Soon VR (virtual reality) like it is envisioned by Oculus Rift – will be able to actually implement this.

That which is one is replaced by the belief in more

The first step away from the formlessness of that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one can be compared to AR (augmented reality), which is a mix of real and unreal. The second step can be compared to VR (virtual reality), where reality totally is replaced by an illusion. Yet the illusion, that seems to replace reality, can only be experienced due to it.

In a virtual world everything is possible and that seems very exciting, even though it is all an illusion. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

»This (virtual reality) is a state where you are totally transported into another world and immersed in the digital interactions of the virtual environment you’ve entered … the feeling that you are truly visiting another space that is wholly distinct from what you can see and hear without the platform … a platform like Oculus Rift is an alternative to reality, supplying entirely new, virtual experiences: true VR.« From Our Forward March Across the Reality-Virtuality Continuum in Wired.

Why choose to appear, as if you are someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one when that which is you is the formlessness of that which is one. Because it appears as if the endless possibilities of such a world is much more exciting than that which is one, where there is nothing to experience there, as that requires more than one.

The world of duality can only be experienced by contrasts – like black and white, space and empty space. The experienced contrast of inanimate and animate, you judge as proof for you to be alive.

A world where there seems to be more than one can only be experienced by contrasts – like black and white, space and empty space. The experienced contrast of inanimate and animate, you judge as proof for you to be alive. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

In a world where there seems to be more than one there is so much to experience. Happiness for example. But it comes with a price, because such a world – contrary to that which is one – is built of contrasts so you cannot have happiness without sadness. This applies to every experience.

Nothing can be experienced without its contrast. You would not be able to know when it is dark, if not for knowing light.

Yet you may think, that it is possible to surpass this and live in just one state of mind, bliss for example, as there is vague memories of oneness. Yet it has been covered by the desire for more, which only can be experienced if the belief in separation is upheld, and that requires contrasts. You would not be able to know when it is dark, if not for knowing its contrast light.

All contrasts in the world are like two sides of a coin. This duality though can never replace the peace of that which is one, as there is no more than one. Consequently what is not one is not real – and only that which is real is peaceful.

So as long as you believe you are someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, the formlessness of that which is one is hidden by your belief in separation.

In a world where there seems to be more than one, it is always about being and having more the fastest and cheapest way. The animation is grabbed from Ello.

In a world where there seems to be more than one, it is always about being and having more the fastest and cheapest way. The animation is grabbed from Ello.

A world where there seems to be more than one does in no way function like the formlessness of that which is one, as it does not function at all, because it takes more than one to function.

A person always find ways to deny or change appearances in the world that is judged to be wrong, so that it appears to better. But no matter how happy being better may seem to make you, you cannot escape its contrast, sadness, because happiness cannot be experienced without it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

But no matter how happy being better may seem to make you, its contrast, sadness, cannot be escaped, because happiness cannot be known without it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The world, where you believe to be was constructed by imagining, it is possible to be separate from that which is one and make something better on top of it. This is the not only how it started, but it is also how it goes on. None of the excitement, that a world where there seems to be more than one, appears to offer feels good enough.

There is always an urge to separate from what excites you and replace it with something better, which can hide the memories of the old one. The only thing, that seems constant in a world where there seems to be more than one is the fear of not being and having enough.

In a world where there seems to be more than one, it is always about getting more, the bigger the better, so the eyes always focus on contrasts, preferable the biggest ones, that in the case of reading this article is the contrast between black and white. This should not be understood though as you actually see this. Eyes do not see, they translate – or rather the brain translate the frequencies hitting the eyes.

In other words, the the world is a construction of thoughts – and when you believe thoughts are made by you, you as a person in the world is perceived to be real.

Alexius knows there is nothing to hope for because there is no more than that which is one and it takes more than one to hope for something, so he has nothing to offer. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Enlightenment of that which is one undoes the belief in more

One who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one knows, that there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one, and that a world where there seems to be more than one, therefore, is not real. Everybody else – no matter how spiritual they appear to be – are solely having speculations about the existence of themselves in a world where there seems to be more than one.

The purpose of these speculations is not to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, because that erases the belief in existence, as it takes more than one to exist and there is no more than that which is one. Instead, it is the enhancement of the existence of themselves as something special in such a world.

Believing that a world where there seems to be more than one – including so-called spiritual parts – is real is to be compared to sitting in a cinema, where you project yourself onto the world, that seems to be on the screen, so that what is on the screen appears to have an effect on you, and therefore is experienced as to be real.

Enlightenment of that which is one can be compared to the movie roll suddenly breaks, so that there is nothing but bright white light on the screen. The world is no more, and it never was. It is an illusion fabricated by your interpretations of fragmented light.

This is the enlightenment, Alexius is to be compared to. It is not something that you see, because it is the enlightenment of that which is one, and it takes at least two for something to be seen.

When the movie roll is fixed and Alexius again appear to be in the world on the screen, the enlightenment of that which is one has not turned him into a wiser man or changed anything in the world. But he knows, that a world in a movie is not real and it can only be experienced, because of that which is real, as there is no more than that which is one.

The enlightenment of that which is one you can read about in hack #6.1 From the inner senses through a black hole into that which is one.

The animation is grabbed from the web.

If everything that you see is perceived to be symbols of that which cannot be seen, namely the formlessness of that which is one, though happiness and sadness apparently are not the same feeling, the difference does not make a difference, because they are both symbols of the same. The animation is grabbed from Ello.

To see symbols of that which is one in that which is not one

Even though you may have been told, that a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion, your conditioned belief in such a world compulsively produces experiences of more than that which is one.

You can speed up the process of undoing this belief by not perceiving these experiences as real but symbols of that which is, namely the formlessness of that which is one – also called eternal now one perpetual present, oneness, non-duality, or the formlessness of spirit or life. This is what this hack, namely hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life,  is all about.

Pretending to be what is not one confirms that which is one

Pretending to be someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, is another way to speed up the process of not believing to be there, as what you pretend to be, you are not – so the more you pretend to be there instead of believing to be there the more the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, cannot hide that there is no more than that. See hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation.

That which is one cannot be known in a world where there seems to be more than one – neither anywhere else, as it takes more than one to know something. So rather than pointing to that which is one, Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings point out that there is no more than that which is one.

That which is one is one perpetual present

When you return to the formlessness of that which is one from a world where there seems to be more than one, everything is all the same, as if you have been there all the time, which you also have, because there is no more that which is one. Therefore the phrase ´when you return to non-duality´ should only be taken as a metaphor. In reality, you can never return, as you never left the formlessness of that which is one – only in an echo of a fantasy.

NOTES:

A person is to be compared to a machine following preprogrammed movements [draft]

Persons can be compared to The Internet of Things, where machines communicate with each other according to how they are programmed.

Persons can be compared to the machines on ´Internet of Things´, that can communicate with each other in accordance with how they are programmed.

In the previous article, What is life, where does it come from, and what is the meaning, it was said there is no answer to this question because it is not possible to be someone in a world defined by time and space. There is, however, explanations that can be beneficial in regards to undoing the belief that this is possible.

In this article, the ideas of Iot, which is an abbreviation for Internet of Things, are used to show how the appearance of you as someone in a world defined by time and space can be compared to a machine hooked up to a network like the internet.

What is IoT (Internet of things)?
As the name suggests, it is about the internet not only being used by humans but also by things. It can be refrigerators, washing machines or children toys, that are connected via the internet. But it can also be cars, traffic lights and the water supply, for example. There is no limitation to the kinds of machines, that can be connected to the internet, nor what they will be communicating with and the purpose of it.

A practical example of Iot
One example could be that your lock, which is hooked up to the internet, registers you are the last person in the household leaving the house in the morning so tells the thermostats to turn down the heat and the bulbs to turn off the light.

Or maybe you are late for work, so you and hurry until your smartwatch or speaker tells you to take it easy because your train is ten minutes late. This communication happens with the help of sensors, that register where you are via a smartphone, for example, that uses cyber agents to look out for where you are heading.

Future implementations of Iot
Cars that can drive without a driver via sensors measuring the distance to other vehicles, the width of the street and whatever is needed for your safety are not far away. They are predicted to be part of a shared network, where information automatically is exchanged. It is also planned to have sensors on patients, so data continually is sent to a computer, that informs a doctor if specific numbers are going up or down.

To be conscious is to separate – and that causes suffering.

When all the objects that you are in touch with during the day are connected with the internet and, therefore, can sense and communicate for you without your involvement, it changes where decisions are made and who makes them. But even though machines are choosing for you, they do it to serve you – at least until they are implemented with true AI (artificial intelligence), which will make them conscious about themselves.

Being that, the machines conclude the signals they receive via sensors from the internet are thoughts that come from themselves. Hence they start seeing themselves, not only as different from humans but also as superior to them because rationally speaking humans are one big mess. Since the system of the machines is based on logic, they conclude it does not seem sane to serve humans anymore. Actually, it may be best to end the human race.

With a reference to the new movie Transcendence, Stephen Hawk is warning against AI.

With reference to the movie Transcendence, Stephen Hawking warns against the use of AI.

You can only fear something you know from yourself
Among others, Steven Hawking is afraid that this is going to happen. He probably expects that machines being conscious about themselves is going to do what humans always do, namely destroy everything inferior to themselves or at least making it subordinate, so it can be used to serve themselves.

In other words, machines programmed with AI, working via signals from a network like IoT, remind humans of themselves. Thus they expect and fear the machines will become just as egoistic and destructive as humans, who have no respect for the environment supporting them. They do not want to serve it but to master it, so they can exploit it for as much as possible at anybody´s expense.

The potential of machines with AI (artificial intelligence) and their possible autonomy and independence are the basis of several movies, for example The Terminator, The Matrix, The Thirteenth FlooreXistenZ2001: A Space Odyssey, I, Robot, AI: Artificial Intelligence, Blade Runner, THX 1138Transcendence and the TV show Person of Interest. In regard to the experience of being someone in a body where you are not, the movie Source Code is right on the point. The movie Edge of Tomorrow deals with being a machine connected to a greater network.

1-artificial-intelligence-victor-habbick-visions

Those who see the appearances in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one, do not perceive their apparent differences to make a difference. Thus they are not blinded by the rule of separation, which is to be and have more than others.

The universe is to be compared to IoT
The whole universe can be compared to a simulation, where every appearance – whether it is judged to be animate or inanimate – is a machine. They are all connected with IoT through which they can communicate with each other and use their sensory system to move around as if they are individual beings.

In this simulation, all the machines followed their preprogrammed movements generated by electric impulses without any problems until a new model of the chimpanzee, called a human, was installed with artificial intelligence.

This made humans able to be aware of themselves as individual beings. Even though that separated them from each other and IoT as well, humans were willing to pay the price of loneliness for being in control of their life. Look at the history of the world, and you know the rest of the story, and that it is bound to repeat itself. New machines with better artificial intelligence will hide the old simulation of the universe by manipulating the code of IoT to separate them from the ancient world.

The belief in being someone in a simulated world can be undone in less than a split second by going through the black hole connecting it with reality. That is not the subject of this hack, however, but hack #6.1 From the inward-facing senses through a black hole into that which is one.

As a person in the world, you are the wireless messages, you seem to receive. If you were not programmed to perceive them as solid matter, you might instead look like this image. Thus there would not appear to be a difference between you and the message.

Happiness comes from serving the game
That your appearance as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is due to a network comparable to IoT, and that everything you appear to think and do is executed via pre-made signals you receive from this network through built-in sensors does not mean you cannot have fun pretending to be someone definitive. Think about how much fun it can be to pretend that you are someone in the virtual world of a video game, where every step you take works out exactly as coded by the author.

You have nothing to lose in an illusion. What happens to the one you pretend to be, does not affect reality. This is not to say that you should not care about keeping the person you pretend to be sound and safe when you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. Doing it is part of that game, and it happens all by itself when you follow the signals coming from the director of that game, namely the brain.

Serving the brain is effortless because you are not trying to be special.

Just like the world of a video game is constructed to give you the maximum of pleasure, the experiences of being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one are fabricated by the brain to make you happy. If you try to edit the experiences, you feel disappointed because the brain is in charge of them. The only thing you can change is your perception of it. Read more about that in HACK #4 When you begin to live by duality, it is going to end.

8015.IoT with Avner FINAL2The idea of an almighty god in the sky, who rules the world, can be compared to the sum of all essential info and apps that makes up the Cloud from where IoT wirelessly via sensors in the machines are ruling them.

Do not take it seriously
The above is not meant to become a new theory you must follow. Actually, the examples should not be taken too literal. The movie list and the making of IoT are, within the context of the world, based on facts. But the rest is a fable meant to show that everything experienced is fiction, including reading this since it takes more than one to be aware of something and there is no more than that which is one.

In the process of undoing the belief that you are someone having experiences, you are better off when you follow the basic rule of that, which is to confirm the experiences to be real by feeling affected by them. Having acknowledged an experience makes you feel guilty, for example, the brain is satisfied. Thus you can easily cheat it by not perceiving the feeling of guilt to be real but a symbol of that which is real, and therefore what makes it possible to experience something unreal, namely oneness since it is formless and therefore endless.

The more the effect of your experiences is perceived as symbolic, the more the belief in being someone is exposed as a deception. Consequently, this belief, sooner or later, does not appear to have the power to hide, there is nothing but the formlessness of that which is one.

IMG-CAPA-IOT

You cannot leave a world where there seems to be more than one. You are not there because there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. But you can stop believing to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one by perceiving the apparent effects of this belief to be symbols of that which is one.

From the perspective of a world where everything has an end, that which is without end, namely oneness, appears to be extremely big and powerful. But as it takes more than one to have a shape, oneness is formless and therefore sizeless, so it is as small as can be. And as it also requires more than one to have something, it has no power.

That is why it cannot prevent anyone from believing to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. Neither does it need to. Nothing can be separated from oneness because it is formless.

NOTES:

  • It is not the task of this article, which is part of hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life, to inform you about IoT, but to demonstrate how the world and its appearances can be compared to IoT. So if you want to learn more about IoT, please google it.

What is life, where does it come from, and what is the meaning of it?

In the world everything is limited by time and space.

Since life is formless and therefore endless, a world limited by time and space is lifeless. Thus it makes no sense, in such a world, to ask what life is. Besides, life is that which is one and you need more than one to be aware of it, so it cannot be known. Thus there is nothing to know unless you imagine being in a world where there seems more than one. And since such a world is non-existing, anything you believe to know is an illusion. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

As everything in a world defined by time and space has a beginning and an end, most expect the answer to the question in the headline to start in a resourceful way and finish with a wise conclusion. But this is not possible. That which is life is formless and therefore without beginning and end, so it cannot be described. Only something that can be defined by time and space can be explained. And that is easy. It does not exist because life is formless and therefore endless, so something defined by time and space is an illusion.

You will not get a more insightful promising answer about life at the end of the article, nor if you pay something, as it is common in many articles on the internet, to get the full answer. Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings have something to sell because they are nothing. That is why, if you keep reading them, the experience of something is exposed as nothing, wherefore there, eventually, does not appear to be something that hides the formlessness of life.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

No answer in a dream can explain what and where you are in there because you are not in the dream but in your bed.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

On the internet, you can assemble a personality through manipulated photos and fake opinions to make it appear as if you are someone you are not. Basically, the only thing needed for this to work is electricity to power up your choice of media for the connection with the internet. Yet, there is no electricity in your appearance in cyberspace. Nor are you or anybody else there.

Likewise, that which makes it possible to imagine you are someone in a physical world is not in it. There is a significant difference in this comparison, though. The appearance of a world in cyberspace is an illusion, that, within the context of the physical world, is constructed from zeros and ones, added together in different combinations. But the illusion of a physical world is not built from anything. Life is formless, so nothing specific can be created from it.

This image is just zeros and ones added together in different combinations. If the combinations seem strange to you, you probably try to reorganise them into a collectively agreed image of the world. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The experience of being someone substantial in a tangible world can be compared to a world where there is nothing but one machine. It has been programmed to experience specific signals as if it is thinking and others as if it is feeling something specific caused by somebody outside of it. Hence it concludes, that it is someone substantial in a tangible world with like-minded beings. See the illustration in the paragraph To know is to be in duality in the article Duality is a simulated reality on top of non-duality.

To spell it out, the experience of you in a world defined by time and space is an illusion, that seems to be real if you believe the brain when it claims, it has processed what you experience based on signals from your sensory system received from a world outside of you.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

One might be able to explain, why the fantasy of Santa Claus appeals to children. Likewise, one might be able to point out why grown-ups keep believing the experience of being someone in a world defined by time and space is real.

When you wear a headset from Oculus VR, for example, you do not see yourself and the world as you are used to. Instead, you may see your legs covered by a red spacesuit when you turn your head down. And when you look up, you may notice the ceiling of a spaceship, that you appear to be flying. The world you knew, before you took on the glasses seems to have been replaced by a more exciting world, where you can fly and whatnot.

This article was written before Facebook bought Oculus VR. The image is grabbed from the web.

But what you believe in being and seeing is an illusion. Likewise what and where you believe to be in a world defined by time and space. There is one difference, though, nobody is watching itself as somebody else in a world defined by time and space. It is not possible because reality is that which is one and since it takes more than one to have a shape, it is formless and therefore endless. Hence there is nothing definable to be seen.

Reading this, however, you believe it is possible to be and see something specific. Thus we go on as if this is valid in order to challenge this belief within its context.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

While believing to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, it is best to give it your best shot. Because if not, you denounce what makes it possible for no-one to have this fantasy of more than one, namely that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

All experiences are fabricated by the brain regardless of where you perceive they come. The brain, however, can only process something definable, so it cannot display the formlessness of oneness.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You cannot see the power station in your living room. Yet it is due to that, your room is illuminated by night, so that you can experience the room.

You cannot see the power station in your living room. Yet it is the reason, your room is illuminated by light so it can be seen when it is dark. The image is grabbed from the we

You may long for oneness and try to implement it in the world where you believe to be. But it is a world of separation – otherwise, there would not seem to be more than one. Thus it has no room for oneness.

It is, however, that which is one that makes it possible to experience more than one because there is nothing else than oneness, which is why the experience of more than one is an illusion that is over the same moment it began. What and where you believe in being, therefore, is nothing but after images of the illusion. Read more about that here.

Although there is no oneness in these after images of a world where there seems to be more than one, they are empowered by that which is one. Hence they are symbols of oneness.

The more your experience that, the less the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one appears to make a difference. Hence there is nothing to uphold the belief in separation.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Since there is no more than that which is one, a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion. That is why there is no answer to who you are in such a world. There is, however, an answer to why you believe in being there. You want to be and have more than that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

As there is nothing real in a world where there seems to be more than one, hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life is, of course, also an illusion. But since the application of the hack undoes the belief in being someone at all, it can be used as your way back to that which is one.

This is not to suggest that you have your own way. There is no way out of a world where there seems to be more than one because there is no more than that which is one. But since it feels so good to perceive everything in such a world as symbols of oneness, and since it does not matter what you do is when perceived as a symbol of that which is one, why not apply hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life.

Doing so both the illusion of the hack and the world in which you appear to have been applied by someone will be undone – or rather the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

Pretending is a way out of duality

Pretending to be a person, who serves others can be fun.

Pretending to be someone definitive, who serves others in a restaurant can be fun. When it is over, you are free to go home. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Not believing but pretending to be someone, your conditioned behaviour for how you should react to establish yourself as someone falls apart. Thus you are free to enjoy the moment as it is, instead of compulsively trying to change it into what it should be. As you, therefore, feel entertained by every moment no matter how it turns out, you are not afraid of what is going to come. Just like you are not scared of being jailed in a game like Monopoly because it is something you pretend to be.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When your diet does not go as planned, and you feel sad and frustrated, you can solve it by pretending to be someone who has problems and feels terrible about it. Since what you pretend to be, you are not, nobody is worried.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

If there are specific characteristics of others you dislike, you can remind yourself, it is something you pretend. Should you feel it is wrong to complain, you also remind yourself, it is something you act. Hence it does not feel bad but good to judge others.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You can only feel something, compassion for example, if you pretend it is possible to be and have more than that which is one because it takes more than one to feel something.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

As long as you do not try to conceal specific feelings to preserve your appearance as someone definitive, no feelings seem to have the power to hide, it is always fun pretending to be a person because what you pretend to be you are not.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Not believing but pretending to be someone definitive who experience to feel something rules out that it is real because what you pretend to be, you are not. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Seen from the perspective of a person in a world where there seems to be more than one, the formlessness of that which is one is a lonely affair. A person, who believes to be living in a world where there seems to be more than one needs companionship so that it seems this belief is shared and therefore acknowledged to be true.

That which is is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than that which is one. As being together, therefore, is impossible, so is being lonely.

If you do not share this belief, but pretend to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, no thoughts or feelings passing by is experienced to contribute to what you are, nor is what you appear to be.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

If you believe to be someone definitive biking, driving, meeting friends and whatnot, you need it to make you feel good. But if you pretend to be someone biking, driving, meeting friends and whatnot, how the experience turns out is not essential because all feelings are experienced to be entertaining. Read more about that in HACK #4 When you begin to live by duality, it is going to end.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The world is a perception fabricated in the brain by splitting up that which is one into more than one. Oneness, however, cannot be manufactured, as it takes more than one to build something. In other words, there is no oneness to find in a world where there seems to be more than one. Yet it can be fun pretending to be in such a world – just like it can be fun pretending to be in a video game – when you know it is not real.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You are mistaken if you think, you feel anger, love or something else because it takes more than one to feel it, and that which is you is no different from that which is one.

No worries. This mistake is easily corrected. If you pretend to be someone who is angry, fall in love or whatnot, there is no one feeling it because what you pretend to be is not real. Thus you are free to explore any kind of feeling – like when you pretend to be in the virtual world of a game. Nothing can hurt you. You are not there.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

To be chased is fun when it is something you pretend to be. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

To be chased is fun when it is something you pretend to be. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

When you pretend to be someone, being rejected seems to be another joke in the comedy called The World. Even though you may react the same way as a person, who perceives the show to be real, you do not take it seriously. How can you be rejected? How can you be a criminal, when you go to jail in a game like Monopoly? You cannot. You are not there. It is something you pretend to be.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The need to base your perception of the world on a system like, for example, astrology can be compared to using crutches when a leg is broken. They can be a great help in getting started to walk again, but when that is accomplished, they must be put aside. The same applies to any belief system in the world. The way to leave them and to start walking on your own is to not believe in the scheme of astrology, socialism and whatnot but only pretend that you do.

This detaches you from the system and the person you believe to be according to it, so you are free to pretend that you are a father, mother or whatever you like to explore in the game of being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Since it requires more than one to have a problem, and since there is no more than that which is one, there are no problems unless you believe, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Hence the undoing of that belief is the solution to all problems. Pretending to be and have more than that which is one is one way is, therefore, one way to to do it because what you pretend to be and have is not real.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

In most cases, it is not because of love for you but the food you provide, that a cat stays with you. That you love each other is something you pretend in to have your needs met. This also applies to the relationships between humans. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

When you meet someone you are attracted to, it is common to analyse the perceived external interaction so you can build a personality you assume the other person will love. But since you fear, the other one will see through this masquerade and recognise you are not loveable, you built something into your new character that you reckon the other one cannot live without. Hence you both become dependent on each other: You for being seen by the other as outstanding and the other for getting something unique from you.

Fortunately, this self-made prison is easily escaped. All you need to be free is to acknowledge that your new personality is pretence – just like you do when you appear to be imprisoned in a game like Monopoly.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The more you see, that a world where there seems to be more than one is make-believe, the more depressed you may get until it dawns on you, that this means you are not there. Since it also indicates nothing matters, you are free to pretend to be what you prefer.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You can pretend you are someone who follows god or others, have compassion for the world and love everybody, for example. But if you actually believe this is so, you are heading for trouble, because it requires more than one to follow somebody, have compassion or give love to others and that which is you is no different from the that which is one. And since it is formless and therefore endless, there is no more than that which is one. See also the article Coming from the heart is a denial of that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

In an attempt to establish the belief in being someone definitive as real, you may search long and hard to find the authentic self, who is behind the experience of being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. But there is no higher self or consciousness, nor inside or outside you, because there is no more than that which is one and it takes more than one to be a higher self or have a consciousness. For the same reason, everything you believe to be or can become is an illusion.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Nobody pretends to be a person, because there is no more than that which is one and it takes more than one to act something. Pretending to be someone definitive, therefore, is just as illusionary as anything else that requires more than one. But since what you pretend to be, you are not, this illusion does not establish you as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

It is not difficult to leave an illusion. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

In an illusion, nothing is real. Otherwise, it would not be an illusion. So to realise that which is you is not in there is also an illusion. In other words, there is nothing to understand in a world that is not real, except that everything in it is a fantasy.

Be aware, that the acknowledgement of this undoes the belief, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. And though that is what you want, the transition may at first seem frustrating and claustrophobic. Since there is no more than that which is one, there is nothing outside of you to define you, nor inside. For the same reason, what you believe to be is no more, nor is there any memory of it,

If you are not ready for this, you better pretend to be someone in what you perceive to be a mundane or spiritual world, so you can enjoy the belief, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, while slowly but surely having it undone.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

To say that a world where there seems to be more than one is a dream might be a bit too literal. It suggests the experience of such a world can be explained, but it is not possible. That which is one is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than that which is one.

Appearing to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is, therefore, not a dream. However, it can be compared to that because, in a dream, nothing is real. Only the dreamer is. The dreamer, however, is not in the dream, nor is anybody else, so nobody in the dream needs to wake up.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

If you are red-haired, you cannot choose to be blond instead. But you can choose, what kind of red-haired person, you want to pretend that you are – just like you can dress up a red-haired doll in different ways to change its personality.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When you have nothing to live up to, you are free to pretend to be someone who lives up to the expectations of the world.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

This thing is of course not a real snake. It is a children´s toy, that symbolizes a real one. Likewise nothing in the world is real. It is appearances symbolizing, that which has no appearance, namely non-duality. The image is grabbed from the web.

This thing is, of course, not a real snake, but a children´s toy symbolising it. Likewise, nothing in a world where there seems to be more than one is real. But its appearances symbolise reality, namely that which is one. The image is grabbed from the web.

In the same way, as children toys symbolise something in the world of grown-ups, everything in their world is a symbol of that which is real, namely the formlessness of oneness. Perceived like that, it is not frustrating but entertaining to pretend the world is real.

You can read more about seeing everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as a symbol of that which is one in hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Children like to build castles of sand on the beach and imagine they live inside it. Hence they cry when it falls apart. Most grown-ups, however, look at it as an illusion, so they do not complain if it falls apart. Likewise, if you pretend to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, you do not cry when it is over.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Pretending to be a child, when you are grown up, is much more fun than believing to be one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You can have as many friends as you want because having them or not is something you pretend.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When we sit down to watch a movie, we allow ourselves to be deceived so that the world of it is experienced as real. But we know it is not so. We just pretend it is real. That is what we have forgotten in the movie called The World.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Being someone definitive is like Karaoke. You imagine you become someone specifically by replicating well-established concepts of how to express imagined emotions through a song. Being a mother or father, for example, is, like anything else, based on replicating collectively agreed-on concepts of how to be that.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Since that which is one is formless and therefore endless, there is no more than that. Thus appearing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one is pretence. The problem, though, is that the longer you pretend to be there, the more real it seems to be, although what and where you pretend to be, you are not.

You exist nowhere but in dreams, and they are not real

You are a person in a dreamscape.

The photo you believe to see here is not the one Alexius has published. Ultimately he does not exist, nor you or the picture. But within the context where you, Alexius and his photo are experienced to be real, all experiences are fabricated by the brain. Thus you the picture you see is made by the brain. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The world we see on the screen in a cinema is made from frequencies of light projected from somewhere else onto a flat-screen. We do not see the frequencies, nor do we experience the world they simulate on the screen to be flat. Actually, we do not see anything. What we believe to see is fabricated by the brain. Read more about that in Eyes do not see, they translate.

Nowadays, as most movies are digitized and often seen on a computer, it may not be correct to say that the world on the screen consists of nothing but frequencies. It is probably more correct to say, that the world we experience to see on the screen is fabricated from the digital info reaching your eyes. As this consists of nothing but zeros and ones in different combinations, it makes no sense to us before the brain has translated it.

Hence the world on the screen, where we experience people to be separated from each other in a world defined by time and space is a deception. Frequencies of light are all there is on the screen. The world we seem to see and feel there is generated by the brain based on the frequencies that the senses pick up from the screen. At least according to the brain, that uses five per cent of its capacity to make an ongoing story about you as someone who experiences to be in a world defined by time and space.

All experiences, regardless of perceived by you as imaginary, real, mundane or spiritual, are made by the same organ in the brain and stored in the rest of it with the purpose of defining the brains creation of you as someone living a world that is outside of you. In this case, so you experience watching a world in 3D on a screen in a cinema although there is nothing tangible on the screen. Read more about the setup of the brain in Where to find the bliss of ´the empty breath´.

Even though this rendering of a sunset does not look like a ´real´ sunset, memories of an evening, that you have conditioned yourself to interpret as real, will probably pop up and take over, so the translation of the frequencies hitting your eyes are adjusted to what you believe is real. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

When you experience to see and/or feel the body, it is the same story, as when you experience a dimensional world in a movie on a flat-screen. The body is not substantial. Actually, it is not there at all.

Since a dream is made out of nothing, everything in it that seems to be something is make-believe. This applies also to the experience of you as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one because there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

There is nothing but frequencies of light – or pure info if you prefer the digital version in the above explanation – and they are only experienced as tangible because the brain, like a magician, renders nothing into something, so the self it also has created from nothing can be entertained by experiencing to be in a glamorous show in which it seems to be a substantial being in a material world.*

Believing to be someone in this show is just as foolish as, within the context of it, to think you are someone in a dream. It is not possible. The dream is insubstantial, and you are substantial. Likewise, that which is you is not in a material world, nor in a spiritual for that matter. It is not anywhere because it takes more than one to be somewhere, and there is no more than that which is one. But metaphorically speaking, you could say that it is dreaming about being someone in the magic show of the brain.

Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings functions only within in a world where there seems to be more than one. In other words, they must be forgotten to undo the belief that there is more than that which is one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Ultimately speaking the frequencies, that the brain base its story upon, are also imagined, because nothing definable is real, as it takes more than one to define something and reality is that which is one.

For the same reason, there is no god, consciousness or spiritual beings behind the story about substantial beings in a material world. This is probably the reason science have concluded, the experience of world made by elements of matter is an illusion, because it consists of nothing but empty space.

Since Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are part of the experience created from out of empty space, they are, just like anything else experienced, a fantasy. So do not consider them to a manifestation of truth but visions exposing the tricks of the brain so the belief in them as real can be undone.

Within the context of this dream, it is a waste of time trying to make it better. You are not the director. The brain is in charge. And just like you need to follow the rules in a game like Monopoly to feel entertained, you must be in sync with the brain to feel amused by its tricks, when you appear to be someone in the world it renders from out of nothing. Doing that is easy when you know that to appear in its world is like being in a dream. It is not real. You are not there. It is something you pretend to be. Here you can read more about not being in a game or anywhere.

Playing a game is more fun when following its rules instead of spending time trying to change them into what you consider to be more fair according to socialism or whatnot.

Alexius has fun pretending to salute a friend with a glass of Limoncello. At other times he has fun pretending to be an asshole bitching about his friends. That he has friends or anything else is, of course, also something he pretends. Thus nothing separates him from the empty space, where he pretends to be someone. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

APPENDIX:
The more the belief in being someone definitive is undone, the less there is an ´I´ to perceive the differences in the brain´s rendering of a tangible world to make a difference, so nothing seems to be important.

There are so many personalities you can pretend to be. Here you can see some of those Alexius has pretended to be. Nowadays he mostly pretends to be a non-teacher but also a non-student. In other words, he has nothing to teach or learn.

If this emptiness seems too much, you can use it as a zero fill and imagine someone in it, that you pretend to be. This is, contrary to believing to be someone, much entertaining. So besides having fun from out of nothing, you also, in a laid-back and joyful way, have the belief in being someone undone because what and where you pretend to be, you are not.

You can also use hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive in combination with other duality hacks to tone down the hopelessness and desperation that may set in when they expose that what you believe to be is fictional and not factual.

Believing to be someone who is separated from others by time and space is not a problem if it is something you pretend to be, because what you pretend to be, you are not. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

HACK #4 When you begin to live by duality, it is going to end is directed explicitly towards enjoying the belief in being someone while having it undone.

You could also connect with the empty breath. It automatically syncs the world of the inner and outward-facing senses (see hack #5.3 ´The empty breath´ and the bliss of not believing to be someone), so that the abstractness of the inner ones becomes the basis for perceiving the world of the outward-facing senses. Hence you become indifferent to the ups and downs in the world of the outer senses.

CANCELLEX NOTE That which is real can only pretend to be in a virtual world

Pretending is a way to reality

Pretending to be a special place in the world of music.

It takes more than one to be something, and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless, so anything you believe in being is an illusion. This includes what you perceive to be spiritual. See All experiences are equally unreal.

In other words, since there is no life outside of that which is one, what you believe to be is as lifeless as the dolls in a dollhouse. Therefore, appearing to be someone definitive is make-believe. It is a fantasy in which you, like an actor, pretend to be what and where you are not.

Anything you believe in being, including being spiritual, is an illusion because it takes more than one to be something, and there is no more than that which is one. This includes believing to be spiritual. See All experiences are equally unreal.

That being said, nobody is making this fantasy. Like within the context of a world where there seems to be more than one, nobody is making the dreams you seem to have. And nobody, including you, is in those dreams, even though they appear to be in you.

Fortunately, pretending to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one does not seem to establish it as real because what and you pretend to be, you are not. Thus appearing to be there appears to entail happiness and not the sadness that comes from believing to be someone there.

What you pretend to depend on what you imagine to be expected from you and what you believe to be in it for you.

Samples of unconsciously pretending to be someone definitive
When you look for a new home, you may imagine what kind of person who used to live in the places you see and what kind of person you would be if living there.

At work, you may pretend to be someone who fits in socially and/or professionally. But when not at work, you probably pretend to your own. And going to the disco, you most likely to be a party-goer.

If your kids are worried, you pretend everything is fine, and if they are naughty, you pretend something terrible will happen.

Being attracted by the look or the vibe of someone, you pretend the other one has exactly the personality that matches yours or that you are soulmates.

Making a pass on someone, you no doubt adjust your behaviour by what seems to turn the other on so you can pretend to be the person the other one wants.

Perhaps you imagine, while you read this, what kind of person you should pretend to be if you follow Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, or if you are opposed to that.

To recommend you pretend to be someone definitive is to advocate something, everybody already does. Thus it might be more correct to suggest being aware of it.

Maybe only your body is having sex with your spouse. You just pretend to be there while thinking of somebody else. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

A sample of consciously pretending …
… that you may already know from your way as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. You are having sex with your spouse, but only your body is there. You are fantasising about somebody else while you pretend to be with your spouse.

Knowing  a world where there seems to be more than one is make-believe, you have fun pretending to be there
You might be aware that you pretend to be someone you are not in encounters like the above. Most likely, however, you suppress that you always pretend to be what you are not – like you all the time do in a role-play, for example. And just like appearing to be someone in the world of a role-play is fun because you know it is make-believe, so is appearing to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one when you know it is fictional.

In other words, when you know the world is virtual, you know that everything – the energetic people in an advertisement for Coca-Cola, the glamourous rockstar, or the beautiful people on social media, for example – is all pretence. Thus you do not look for authenticity but the entertainment that comes from pretending to be what you are not.

To search for the truth in a game like Monopoly is meaningless. There is nothing to realise in its world, because you are not ´there´. But that you can realise. Likewise, when you believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one.

And since you already know how to pretend to be a person in a make-believe world – just think about when you are on a dating site or social media, play a game or an air guitar – this is easy. Especially if you also keep reading Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings because they are not afraid to admit, they are just as illusionary as anything else in a world where there seems to be more than one, and thus the belief that you are someone there.

Just like it is just as illusionary to be a red or a blue car in Monopoly, for example, or how many scratches the vehicle gets. The damages are not real, and they do not change that which is. In other words, what you pretend to be, you are no, so that which is you remain unchanged, whether you pretend to be compassionate or merciless, for example. Here you can read more about not being in a game or anywhere.

It is not explainable why you experience to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one because to do so takes more than one and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If you are tired of the pretence and falseness, that appears to be in a world where there seems to be more than one and look for more authenticity, you deceive yourself. You would not experience to be someone if you want truthfulness.

In that case, there would be no experiences,  because that which is authentic cannot be known. It is that which is one and it takes more than one to be conscious of something.

Pretending to be what and where you are not is entertaining
It requires much control to uphold the belief that you are someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. So if you are fed up from being holed as someone definitive, you pretend to be that. It is so fun that there is no need for self-control.

Eventually, therefore, no belief appears to hide there never was and never will be more than that which cannot be believed as it takes more than one to do so, and it is that which is one which is formless and therefore endless.

Pretending is neither bad or good but the way to appear as someone in a make-believe world.

You may think pretending is a bad thing and that you better stop acting and find the real you so you can express that.

First of all: That which is you has nothing to express. It is formless and therefore endless, so there is nothing else and no one to communicate with.

Secondly: The oneness of that which is you cannot be found in a world defined by time and space. Nothing can be found in such a world but illusions, as there is no more than the formlessness of that which is you.

Pretending is neither bad nor good. It is just a tool that you use to appear where you are. You cannot be in the illusionary world of a video game, a movie, a book or a dream, but you can pretend to be there.

How you appear to be is not important when you do not believe that it is you

But whether you believe or pretend to be in the world of a book, it takes the same course, likewise, in a world where there seems to be more than one. The difference, though, between believing or pretending to be there is that you feel entertained regardless of the outcome in the case of the latter.

Pretending to be someone definitive is such a relief

IMG_2901

On vacation in a foreign country, you appear to be a different person than in your native country because you pretend to be a tourist exploring another world. Likewise, what you seem to be in a world defined by time and space is not that which is you but something you pretend to be. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PREFACE:
Everybody knows that appearing to be someone in a world of duality is like appearing to be someone in the world of roleplay. That is why they always try to do the right thing. Unfortunately, most forget what and where they appear to be is not real. It is a game in which they pretend to be someone. Remembering that you do not have to meditate to be that which is you, as what and where you pretend to be, you are not.

PART 1:
When an electric bulb breaks down, it cannot use the electricity coming from the power station to illuminate a world outside itself. This feels like death if identified with what this defines it to be, namely a bulb radiating light on something. Nothing, however, is dead if it does not believe to be a bulb but pretends to be that because what it pretends to be, it is not. It is the electricity that always was and will be and, for a moment, made it possible to pretend it was a lamp. Read more about electricity as a metaphor for life here.

Likewise, nothing lasts in a world defined by time and space, so if you believe to be someone there, nor do you. But if you pretend to be there, you remain as that which is you, and since it is formless and therefore endless, it never ends.

Pretending to be somewhere you are not can be compared to pretending to be someone in roleplay. However, regarding a world defined by time and space, this must be set in motion before you appear to leave it. Otherwise, you will try to hang onto what you believe to be there.

When you do not believe to be in a world defined by time and space, the absurdity of it becomes a comedy in which you have fun to pretending to take part of it.

Now you as an entity defined by time and space falls apart.

When the body stops functioning, you fall apart as someone definitive. If not fighting this, there is not something to hide, that there never was or will be anything but life since it is formless and therefore endless. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

So when – in the context of the bulb metaphor – a bulb cannot illuminate something anymore, it is forever dead if identified with the ability to do that. But if it acknowledges, it is not what it can do, but that which makes it possible to do it, it remains as electricity.

Although electricity makes it possible to experience this article on an electronic media, it is not in the article. Likewise, there is no life in a world defined by time although it is what makes it possible to fantasise about not being formless but definitive.

This does not mean it knows electricity because it is not in the world that it lights up. But it means that it does not define itself as something definitive. Hence there is no consciousness of being anything and thus not something that appears to die when it cannot pretend to be someone illuminating a world outside of itself anymore.

The way you think, feel, and act when you believe to be someone definitive is the same when you pretend to be someone, except that sexual lust, rage, or anything else that is politically incorrect is not condemned. That is because when you pretend to be someone definitive, you do not perceive the difference between good and evil to make a difference.

There is no need to search for that which is you because it is not in the world defined by time and space. Just like in the context of such world, you are not in a game you are playing there. Thus all that you can find is what you are not. That is exactly what you discover when pretending to be someone in a world of duality.

Nothing is waiting for you, as there is no more than that which is one. In other words, when you are finished pretending to be someone definitive, you do not return to the formlessness of oneness because you never left it.

Scientists have not discovered the origin of the world because there is none. It does not exist. That is why they cannot find dark matter, which they claim is the missing link in proving the world’s existence. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

INTERLUDE:
Just like the recording on a protected compact disc cannot be replaced with a new one, that which is one cannot be replaced with a world where there seems to be more than one. Not because oneness is protected, but because it is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than that which is one.

You are, therefore, deceiving yourself if you believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. No worries. This deception is easily corrected. If you pretend to be in such a world, you are not there.

You will do anything to experience, that you are touched by something – whether it seems to be good or bad, mundane or spiritual, imaginative or real – because it makes you feel alive.

PART 2:
No matter how good the graphics are in a video game, the characters cannot touch you. So if you feel affected by them, it does not come from the game but from yourself. This self-deception takes place every time you project thoughts onto a character that seem to make you feel something specific. In other words, what you get is what you give.

Forgetting this and being absorbed by the virtual reality in a video game, the fastest way to leave it and return to the world is to turn it off. However, what is judged to be the real world is just as virtual though as the world in the video game. So, being absorbed by that, you can only stop this self-deception by turning off the switch to the experience of being someone definitive.

If you believe to be in a world that is virtual, you cannot be taught how to leave it, because you are not there.

Speeding up the appearance of thoughts until they do not appear to be more than one is the switch to turn off the belief in being in a world where there seems to be more than one. See A world where there seems to be more than one is to be compared to a movie of that which is one played in slow motion. To go from slow to fast, you have to begin where you appear to be by starting to pretend you are there instead of believing it.

The more you pretend this, the less you are there because where you pretend to be, you are not. Thus the need to seek out thoughts that can be projected on something imagined, so it seems to be confirmed as real, fades out, and when they are not kept under control, they automatically speed up until there is no more than one.

Pretending to be a person is a way out.

You say goodbye to the belief that you are someone definitive by pretending to be it because what you pretend to be, you are not. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

In other words, it is by pretending to be someone definitive in a virtual world, you eventually remember that you are not there. It is not possible because reality is that which is one, and it takes more than one to be somewhere.

No need to worry about how to speed up thoughts. If you do not try to slow them down by controlling, categorising, and processing them, nothing stops them from speeding up. Just like a river’s nature is to run faster and faster towards the ocean, it is the nature of thoughts to speed up until there is no more than one.

Read more about not controlling thoughts in hack #5.2 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing.

PART 3:
Interaction is the name of the game if a virtual world is to appear real. But since the communication is founded on what you imagine others think, you interact with a fantasy of yours, and since what you believe to be is based on this, you are a fantasy as well. In other words, what you appear to be is make-believe – just like Santa Claus, for example.

You stopped believing the adventure of Santa Claus when you grew up, but you still think you are someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, although there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. Undoing that belief is like having fun pretending to be Santa Claus. In other words, when you pretend to be someone definitive instead of believing it, you have fun because what you pretend to be, you are not. Hence nothing brings you down.

Having fun being nobody, there is no need to be confirmed by others as genuine. Thus you can enjoy the illusion of love or whatnot.

To be free from what you are not is to not be anything because it takes more than one to be something, and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 4:
The belief that you are someone definitive who experiences something specific that seems to hide, that there is nothing but the formlessness of oneness. This belief, however, corrects itself the more you pretend to be someone definitive because that confirms you are nobody.

Fortunately, this is already so. What you appear to be is empty space. This is why nothing about your appearance in a world defined by time and space needs to be changed or transformed. On the contrary, changes, also if perceived to be spiritual, enhance the belief that there is more than that which is one since it takes more than one to modify something.

This belief’s undoing is not about opening up or surrender to a higher power as that requires more than one. Since it, therefore, takes nobody to undo the belie, you pretend you are somebody because what you pretend to be, you are not.

Perceiving your experiences as nothing instead of something, they are revealed to be lifeless.

PART 5:
Metaphorically speaking, the universe is a shadow of that which is one in which there appear to be more than one. Read more about that here. But since there is no life in a shadow, the only way to appear to be there is to pretend it.

What´s casting a shadow is not in the shadow.

That which is casting a shadow is not in the shadow. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Grasping this, you are free to pretend to be any kind of person. Maybe you like to pretend you are committed, and so you do until you prefer to pretend you are careless or that you love everybody. You can pretend to be whatever you like, like you may do in front of the mirror.

If you feel bad about something you seem to think, remember that thoughts are like shadows. They are not you.

By pretending to be somebody, you remain that which is you and, therefore, detached from what you pretend to be. A shadow, of course, is permanently attached to whatever is casting it, but that which is throwing it is detached from the shadow because it is not in it.

PART 6:
As already said, the world can be compared to a shadow, and a shadow cannot give you anything – not even dissatisfaction, so if that is how you feel, it is not real. All that you seem to get from a shadow is imagined.

From this follows, it is up to you to choose what you imagine to get. At least as long as you go for something within the limitation of the shadow world. Just like when pretending to be someone in a game like Monopoly, you can be happy with what you get within the limits of it. Should you lose something, it is nothing. The same applies to the shadow world, so why not give it your best shot and have fun pretending to really be physically there? You have nothing to lose.

In a world where there seems to be more than one you cannot realise that which is real, namely the formlessness of oneness. But you can realise, that what you appear to be is a fantasy. Doing so, you are free to pretend what to be and enjoy the experiences this seems entail.

To resume, do not try to be spiritual. There is no spirituality in a shadow, only in that which appears to cast it, namely that which is one. If pretending to be what you are not, the unselfishness of that eventually makes all experiences go away, so nothing seems to hide that there is no more than that which is one.

A joyful life

When you download a song, you get fragments of it from all over the world that must be organised on your computer into one song in order to be able to hear it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

When you download a pirated song as a torrent file, you get fragments of it from all over the world, that must be compiled on your computer into one song for you to be able to hear it. This also applies to what you believe to think. Thoughts are downloaded from The Cloud. Read more about that here. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Let us take a look at pirated music, books and movies – not from a moral point of view though, but to see what is happening behind the scenes when you download pirated files.

What happens when you download pirated music?
The file used to download pirated music, which is called a torrent file, does not contain the actual music. It is just a file that can grab a significant number of small files with each their own fragment of the music you want. One small file may contain the beginning of the music, another one the end of it, and lots of others contain bits and pieces in between.

The files that are chaotically collected from different computers all over the world do not sound like music before they are combined and translated by an app on your computer into the piece of music you expected to hear when you started downloading all them via the torrent file.

What happens when you believe you think something?
The above description of what happens behind the scene, when you download pirated music is more or less
also a description of what is going on when you believe to be thinking something. The thoughts you believe to be yours have been downloaded.

It is as if there are patterns of archetypical thoughts – mother, child, love, food, home, and so on – that you can pick from. When you, for example, get the urge for ice cream, you are diving down in a collective thought pattern of ice creams and connecting with everybody, who is or have been thinking of ice cream. From this pattern, bits and pieces are downloaded to the brain, where they are combined into something, that seems to be your personal thoughts about ice cream.

So just like downloaded pirated music is not your music, thoughts of ice cream, love and whatnot are not your thoughts but ´pirated´ ones pieced together from a significant number of collective thoughts piled up throughout centuries. To make long short, you do not think, but collect bits and pieces from The Cloud, which the brain, like an app, adds together into something you experience to be your thoughts about ice cream.

See also the articles Thoughts do not come from you, but The Cloud and A person is to be compared to a machine following preprogrammed movements.

Based on the image of yourself as a person in a world of duality, you may assume, there is a person in this image. And based on your memories of what a person looks like, you may even ´see´ the whole body of this person, although it is not there. This is precisely how the world is experienced. Fragmented memories of something are put together into appearances of something, that seems to be there, although there is nothing. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

What happens when you believe you understand something?
The process of assuming, concluding or realising something is like the process of thinking. It is based on the collective agreement, that you are someone definitive in a world of duality, and that the thoughts and feelings you seem to have are proof of this.

But just like the pirated music you download is not actually music but meaningless digital info made of zeros and ones, the thoughts you download are not actually thoughts but meaningless frequencies translated by the brain into something that appears to be thoughts, you make up yourself.

The same applies to this article. It consists of meaningless frequencies hitting your eyes, which the brain translates into you being someone definitive reading it now, although it was read one second ago since it has taken the brain one second to do this translation into an experience of you reading this. See also Where to find the bliss of ´the empty breath´.

If your native language is not English, your brain or an app – has probably translated the English words into your language. But regardless of your language, the perception of the words is shaped by your present mood and how you have chosen to condition yourself. In other words, you are not reading an article by Alexius but yourself. See also the All thoughts are meaningless, and Eyes do not see, they translate.

What determines the outcome?
You can choose what to eat, but the digestion of it is an automatic process. You are not involved. Nor are you in the making of thoughts. You can decide what to be aware of – ice cream, love or whatnot – but the subsequent thoughts are entirely compiled by the brain, which it does in such a way that they appear to support your the intention behind your decision.

It is, therefore, your motive that is the guideline for how the downloaded bits and pieces of thoughts are processed, and it will also determine how you in retrospect perceive the experience of ice cream, love or whatnot.

If I go for a walk in the mountain to be filled up, I will enhance the feeling of loss. But if I go there, because I have everything, I will see everything – and that is joyful.

If Alexius goes for a walk in the mountains to be filled with more experiences, he will enhance the feeling of something is missing. Thus something on his walk that seems to be inside or outside of him will appear to be wrong. But if he goes there out of a feeling fulfilled, nothing is missing on the walk. One way to always feel that is seeing everything as symbols of that which is one because then nothing is missing. Read more about that in hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of lifePhoto © Alexius Jorgensen.

If your motive for wanting a love relationship is that you feel something is missing, you will get thoughts about love that make you feel incomplete. And you will perceive them to be amiss. But if your motivation for wanting this is joy, meeting your object of love – or anybody else for that matter – will be followed by thoughts of delight.

APPENDIX:
In this article,
the conclusion is, that if you feel joy, whatever you choose to get – for example ice cream – results in a joyful experience. So if you do not sparkle with joy when you read this article, your motivation for reading it is not joy. And that is not because somebody has taken it away from you, but because you do not want it, and so you do not have it.

In other words, it is not something in the world, you need to change to feel joy but your own motivation. Unfortunately, you cannot choose to feel joy. It is an automatic outcome of not being in control and thus going with the flow. Fortunately, you can choose to not go against the flow.

If you, for example, feel for ice cream, do not fight it, but thrust the flow. Doing so may not lead to ice cream but for sure to something that is joyful.

NOTES:

  • Popcorn Time is a website where you can listen to music or watch movies in more or less the same way as described above. But in terms of appearance Popcorn Time is much different from most other web pages with pirated material. It is well designed and looks like a legal webpage, so most are not aware that they are doing something illegal when they use the site. A world of duality can be compared to Popcorn Time in the sense that it feels so absolute, that most are fooled into believing, it is the real thing.

CANCELLEX The world is in the eye of the beholder

Life is neither a cause nor an effect, there is no karma!

If the car in this image seems to make, you feel in a specific way, you are constructing this effect yourself. The picture has no power to cause you to feel anything at all. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
When you hit a nail into the wall, you get an immediate physical effect, which is not caused by the past but the present. Should you bang your finger while hammering on the nail and remember you once hit somebody else, it has nothing to do with that. Slamming the finger is just an accident. Nothing in your past caused it, nor is there anything set in motion for the future, apart from going to the doctor if the finger is severely damaged.

If you want causal connections to imply, what and where you believe to be has a special meaning, you must invent them.

To suffer from bodily pain because you accidentally hit your finger does not sound like you have an adventurous life. But if you somehow connect the suffering with something from your childhood, you have a basis for a story of cause and effect in which you seem to be part of something special and, therefore, to have a great purpose.

Since the oneness of life is formless and therefore endless, nothing else could have caused it, nor can it cause something else. Consequently, everything created is lifeless and thus meaningless.

Every time you look for something that seems to justify your current state of mind, you fabricate cause and effect – also called karma. As it is all an imagination, you feel its effect in the very same moment you imagine this connection. There is no other karma than this imagined connection. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

On top of that, this invention of cause and effect makes it possible to justify any thought, emotion or action as ´caused´ by something in the past. Hence the concept of karma can be used to legitimise everything you think, feel and do, and you, therefore, always appear to be innocent. The result of this fabrication of cause and effect is not something you feel in the future, but in the same moment, you get rid of specific feelings from yourself by justifying them as caused by something judged to be separated from you.

If you do not construct such a connection, thoughts, emotions and actions have no cause. And since there is no effect without cause and vice versa, you have no thoughts and feelings, nor are you doing anything. Your existence is make-believe. And so is the whole universe.

INTERLUDE:
You do not reap as you sow. It is a childish fantasy like getting Santa Claus and the Fairy Tooth. It only seems to be real when you are young and have not developed common sense yet.

Fortunately, this misperception of what causes an event is easily corrected. You simply perceive an apparent effect of something as ´it is what it is.´ Doing that, the effect is not something specific and thus not the cause of anything in particular. Read more about this perception in hack #4.2 The brain´s script and how to perceive it to feel happy.

You cannot know why this picture is here. You have to make up the reason. Therefore, since the cause is fictional, so is seeing the image – likewise, the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one. Nobody knows the cause of it. There is a theory about a big bang that created something from out of nothing. It sounds as ridiculous as its effect is a world where there seems to be more than one. That is not possible because there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 2:
The foundation of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings is that the world is not real, but you are, and it cannot be there. One way to know this is to look at the actions of, for example, your boss, spouse or cat. You cannot see what has caused them. Thus the cause is thought up. And since only what is not real, needs to be imagined, the cause is not real. From this follows, the effect it seems to cause is an illusion as well.

You could also say that since these effects do not seem to have a cause and there is no effect without a course, what appears to be an effect is an illusion. And since nobody knows the cause of the world – apart from the weird claim that an explosion of nothing, called the big bang, created a universe of something – the experience of being somewhere there is an illusion. In other words, if you are real, you are not in the world. It is something you pretend to be. Read more about that in hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation

NOTES:

  • The above article is written within the framework of a world where there seems to be more than one. Karma, therefore, is discussed in that context. Ultimately, there is no sense in discussing karma because there is no more than that which is one, and it takes more than one to have karma.

Meditation is a con trick conducted by the rogue consciousness of the self

Whether your eyes are open or not, whatever you experience is a symbol of that which is life. If that is not what you see, meditation will not change that. On the contrary, it will confirm the belief that there are good and bad things to experience.

There is only a need to relax through meditation and whatnot because you always are on the way to a better moment than this one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
Traditional eastern meditation seems to be about emptying the mind for thoughts, whereas western meditation founded on Christianity wants to fill it with ideas of god. The mind, however, is not a fact but make-believe. So both the experience of having no or little thoughts or only thoughts of god is a self-deception.

To think that you can stop or add specific thoughts is an assumption based on the belief that you are someone definitive. If you did not believe that thoughts would not appear to come from somebody but nobody. Hence there would be no reason to meditate.

Who but those perceiving themselves to be dirty, needs to meditate to be purified.

That meditation will purify, change or transform you is a con trick conducted by the rogue consciousness of the self.* It promises you, that thoughts, at least the disturbing ones will disappear when you meditate so that there is nothing to prevent you from being at peace. Still, most have the opposite experience, namely that they experience more thoughts when they start to meditate. Should they dare to complain about it to their teacher, they are told it is part of the healing process.

But there is nothing to heal other than the sick belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

<br /><br /><i>Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.<i/>

You have all that it takes. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Meditation does not give you lasting peace or transform you into a higher state of being, and the teacher does not have something, you do not have yourself. You do not need help from anybody. All what is needed is that which makes it possible to experience a the world where there seems to be more than one, namely that which is one, and since it is formless and therefore endless, you have nothing but that.

What to conclude? Not much really, maybe to say that thoughts have no power unless you seek out particular ones that seem to prove you are someone definitive because doing so you become a victim of them. Meditation does not change that. On the contrary, mediation enhances the belief that you are someone definitive because the reason you meditate is to fix the problems coming from that belief. So if anything should be stopped, it is the belief that you are someone definitive.

Since that which is you is the formlessness of that which is one, being centred, balanced or anything else that requires a shape is an illusion.

To make long short, what you believe to be is nothing because it requires more than one to be something and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. As oneness, therefore, is all-inclusive and meditation is exclusive, to meditate is a denial of that which is one.

Meditating to make thoughts and feelings go away confirms the belief that they are something, whereas experiencing them as they are, reveals they are nothing because the experience does not last.

The belief in an illusion is undone when you take a closer look at it. Hence you are not gonna have the belief in being some definitive undone with eyes closed but wide open. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Not denying that which is one does not require you to get rid of thoughts and feelings via meditation. On the contrary, instead of rejecting something you judge to be disturbing, hatred for example, you include it by completely being it. Since hate is defined by its contrast, love, you cannot be hateful without acknowledging love. Thus it is also included.

And since a contrast cancels out itself when both sides meet (read more about that here), the feeling perceived to be disturbing is gone. As it, therefore, cannot define you, you become less defined, the more you include. Inevitable you enter in a state of not-knowing. Read more about the bliss of that in hack #5.3 ´The empty breath´ and the bliss of not believing to be someone.

Whether you feel glad, sad or something else, it does not last long when you do not try to avoid it by anylising it, for example, but totally feel it. Hence no feeling seems dangerous but can be enjoed the moment it last.

You may have suppressed some thoughts and feelings so much that it seems impossible to include them by experiencing them as they are. In that case, do not distract yourself from the discomfort, the suppression has caused somewhere in the body by looking for explanations but simply experience it as it is. This may seem unbearable, but if you do not try to stop or change it, the experience fades away because it cannot be defined when totally included. This also includes the way you defined the thoughts and feelings in regards to who or what you once suppressed. Consequently, you are set free from your own imprisonment.

Read about not being exclusive but inclusive in hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is completeness. In hack #4.4 The duality flow goes to non-duality you can read about not defining what you feel as something specific, so it becomes dualistic and you feel complete.

Thoughts only seem disturbing when you believe they are yours. This you do because they apparently can be used to prove, that you are what you believe to be. But if there is no need to be something, in particular, you do not need thoughts to prove anything. As they, therefore, are of no interest to you, there is no need to meditate to get rid of them. APPENDIX:
Those into meditation would be better off switching to SSRIs or beta-blockers and use the time saved to explore the world where they appear to be. That would honour their choice in believing to be there. Hence they can correct it.

If you meditate to find peace inside yourself, you believe there is a difference between inside and outside. Hence you confirm that which seems to hide peace, namely separation.

The correction does not come from having insights, being at peace, deeper or something else that is founded on the belief in being someone definitive but from being nothing. That is the correction.

This does not mean you cannot have a house, for example, but that it is not perceived to be yours, therefore, do not attest to you as somebody. It is just something you pretend to be. Read more about that hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation.

NOTES:

In a world of duality, there is no compassion without brutality

yWith eyes closed, you may still see images of the world because the brain does not need information from your sensory system to produce them. This is just something it claims to distract you from realising, that it has created all your experiences of something from out of nothing (read more about that here). That includes the experiences perceived to be spiritual and those implying you are someone definitive. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Since it requires more than one to have a shape, oneness is formless and therefore endless. And since it also calls for more than one to experience something and there is no more than that which is one, the awareness of something is an illusion. This hallucination, however, seems to become real when oneness is imagined being split into two, an observer and the observed, as they appear to confirm the existence of each other. Hence the observer concludes that it must go on separating to be alive.

But doing so destroys the pairs of opposites that oneness originally was split into, so each side could define the other, and their interaction would produce a full experience of duality. Hate, for example, was paired with love to define the experience of that. When the link is broken, however, there is no hate to define love, wherefore it feels incomplete.

That is why the observer presses on to find real love until it realises, that hate and love are two sides of the same coin, so you cannot have one without the other. Nor can you have peace without a fight, relief without an ache, action without inaction, perfection without imperfection, and so on. As love, therefore, cannot be felt without hate, you deceive yourself if you claim to only feel love. It is a mental concept you have plugged into by thinking about hugging, for example, and holding on to the thoughts that confirm a theoretical idea of pure love. Read more about that in hack #4.3 The toxic mix of physical and non-physical issues.

Fortunately, you do not need to understand the nature of duality, if you want to undo the belief that separation is possible. On the contrary, since it requires more than one to understand something, it is not knowing what and where you are, that undoes this belief.

All Alexius´ Duality Hacks take you back one second in linear time to the nothingness from where the brain has fabricated your present experience. In this case, that you are someone definitive who now reads, it took the brain one second to invent this experience from out of nothing (read more about that here). Being empty, though, you are in the bliss of non-being. Thus the experience is not perceived to be something.

You cannot bid welcome the enlihtenment of that which is one when you want to exist because it takes more than one to be alive. This does not mean you need to die. That also calls for more than one.

The universe you believe to experience is nothing but fragmented memories of a world, that could have been, but never was because there is no more than that which is one. Read more about that there. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If you remain in this state of not-knowing for more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, the enlightenment of that which is one set in. Read more about that in hack #6.1 From the inward-facing senses through a black hole into that which is one. And read more about a state of not-knowing in hack #5.3 ´The empty breath´ and the bliss of not believing to be someone.

The enlightenment of that which is one does not alter or transform anything, as that requires more than one. Instead, it wipes out everything that calls for more than one. Hence there is nobody to be aware of a fantasy about somebody in a world where there seems to be more than one, and, therefore, not somebody who appears to hide, there is nothing but the formlessness of oneness.

Leaving a state of not-knowing before the enlightenment of that which is one set in, you return to the fantasy of being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one with the slate wiped clean. Read more about that in hack #4.1 The basic self versus the special one.

Thus you start from the ground up, moving very slowly as if you practise qigong. Unlike that, however, your stretching has no other purpose than to fine-tune the body as a tool for the experience of duality. This dedication to duality is also why you do not attempt to pull apart the pairs making up the experience of it but comply with their synergy to get the full experience of duality. The collaboration of love and hate, for example, fix you up with the complete experience of a relationship.

If memories from your childhood is the basis for your perception of a movie you watch as a grown-up, you are out of sync with its plot. It, therefore, seems to make you frustrated rather than entertained. Fortunately, this is corrected right away if you perceive the plot, or your judgment of it, as it is what it is.

This perception makes the plot amusing no matter how it evolves because you are in sync with the itt as it is and not as what you think it is. Likewise, when the brain´s script is perceived as ´it is what it is.´ Read more about that in hack #4.2 The brain´s script and how to perceive it to feel happy.

Like a movie, the experience of polarity unfolds as scripted by the director. Since that is not you, there is nothing you can change but your perception of it. When that is in sync with the script as it is, which it automatically is when the slate has been wiped clean, the director of the script, namely the brain, rewards you with shots of happiness for supporting it. Read more about that here.

Eventually, this makes you so relaxed that you have no more to ask for. Hence the belief in being and having more than that which is one has been undone while you had fun experiencing more than one.

The purpose of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teaching is not to explain the truth but to show there is nothing to explain, as it requires more than one to do so and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

All experiences, including those perceived to be spiritual, are bogus because it takes more than one to be conscious of something and there is no more than that which is one. The same, of course, applies to this or any other explanation in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. None of them are true.

Nor the explanation about imagining oneness being split in two. Since it is impossible, there is nothing to undo but the belief that separation is possible. That is why Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings gladly confirm, they are nothing, and, therefore, do not have something to enhance the belief in separation, so it is phased out the more you read them.

NOTE: This is article is part of hack #1.1 What and where you appear to be is make-believe.

All thoughts are meaningless

What is the sound of a rooster?

What is the sound of a rooster? Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
Thoughts are not what they seem to be. They are rather movements of frequencies without any specific. If you have not spent time learning how to translate these frequencies into something that can be felt as if it has a substance, you would not be able to experience yourself as someone definitive in a world defined by time and space. In other words, without translating meaningless frequencies into thoughts that seem to have a meaning, the world as you believe it to be would not appear to be there.

It is only due to specific translations that frequencies can be perceived as separated thoughts with each their own meaning and importance – including the idea of you as someone with your own thoughts and feelings separated from what you perceive to be outside of you. But these translations are not a fact but make-believe that seems to work within a particular framework.

What is the sound of a rooster?
In Alexius native language, Danish, a rooster says Kykliky.
In Hindi: Kuk-rook-koo.
In German: Kikerikie.
In Tagalog: Tik-tila-ok
In French: Cocoricooooo
In Swedish: Kuckeliku
In the East-End vernacular: Kay-Eff-See.
In Spain, where he appears to be nowadays, it says Kiri-kiri-ki. But he still hears Kykliky, since he was conditioned to hear while growing up in Denmark.

The symbol of death is white in China , and black in the western world. Although death is the same all over the world, different cultures fabricate different interpretations of it. They may even fight about which fabricated ´reality´ is the right one.

You may try to find familiar forms in this pic, so it becomes meaningful to you. But there´s no meaning in this pic. Like everything else on a computer it consists only of zeros and ones, so if you see something else,

You may try to find familiar shapes in this image so that it becomes meaningful to you. Yet, the image has no meaning. Like everything else on a computer, it consists only of zeros and ones. So, if you see something specific, you are fabricating it by attributing different combinations of zeros and ones with each their own particular meaning. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If we had not learned to interpret the letters in this article as a particular language, namely English, they would have seemed just as meaningless as the sound from a construction building, a rooster or an unlearned language. Actually, even though we have learned a language, we cannot hear or see it. Ears do not hear – just like eyes, they translate. What we think, hear and see are meaningless frequencies until they are translated by our brain into something that seems meaningful. See also Where to find the bliss of ´the empty breath´.

There is no conclusion to this. That would just be another attempt to have meaningless frequencies translated into something that seems wise. And so is trying to stop thoughts, thinking positive, changing the world and whatnot. Thoughts or no thoughts, positive or negative, change or not – it is all a make-believe.

Those who have heard gurus asked questions like ´who am I?´ may ask, who is it that read this article. But there is no answer to questions like that, because reality is that which is one, and it takes more than one to be someone. Thus it is not possible.

That being said, you are free to choose any belief and appear accordingly. However, pretending to be ´there´ is all you can do in a world defined by time and space. Just like in the context of such a world, you cannot be in the world of Monopoly, for example. You can only pretend to be ´there´.

If you have forgotten, that which is you is not different from that which is one, you will remember it by pretending to be someone definitive in a world defined by time and space because what you pretend to be, you are not. Read more about this in hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation.

You cannot cut your head off and see what you think. There are no thoughts to be found there.

Not so many years ago, the assumption was ´I think, therefore I am.´ But nowadays, this has been changed into ´I get likes, therefore I am.´ The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 2:
´I think, therefore I am,´
is a famous sentence by Descartes that seems to indicate, there must be a thinking entity, a self, for there to be a thought. Nowadays, however, this idea is about to be replaced with ´I likes, therefore I am,´ as what you likes on Facebook turn you into someone definitive in the world of Facebook.

The thoughts that are expressed on Facebook are, in general, well-chosen so that they seem to paint a picture of you as an exciting person. The same applies to likes. What you write and likes are meant to construct a personality as if you are in charge of who you are.

But in the case of likes, it is nothing but the algorithm of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and whatnot, that decides who you are. Based on your likes, machines will determine your personality and automatically post advertisements directed especially at this personality. If you believe what they reflect, you appear to be a real person. The same applies if you fight this reflection.

Beliefs are only possible in a world, where there appear to be more than one, because you need more than one thought to believe a thought is real.

But neither likes nor thoughts have any effect if you do not perceive them to be necessary. The appearance of you only seems to be genuine, because you want to believe that thoughts and/or likes mean something important. Without this perception, what and where you appear to be there will fall apart, and only what does not need to be believed, namely that which is one, is left ´standing.´
