There is no structure in the empty breath like there is in the world of the outer senses, where everything is organised into contrast, so it seems that the world is divided in right and wrong. As it requires much effort to continuously uphold the judgments of good and bad, it is much more fun to let the empty breath take over and guide you back and forth in the worlds of the outer and inner senses, so that the relaxation you get from not being able to divide the abstract world of the inner senses into contrasts of good and bad becomes the foundation for perceiving the apparent differences in the world of the outer senses to not make a difference. It may seem frightening to not give your full attention to the structured world of the outer senses, and instead be in automatic gear via the unstructured flow of the empty breath. This fear though is unfounded because, without the constant control, that is needed to keep the world of the outer senses organised in the way you expect it should be, you have a laid-back life there when guided by the empty breath.

To keep up the appearance of being someone specific you must always be vigilant towards what others think. Yet you do not know, what they think. It is something you think, they think. In other words, it is nobody else than yourself, that you are up against.

It will guide you back and forth between the outer and inner senses, so that the relaxation you get from the world of the inner senses, which contrary to the outer senses is not based on control, will be the basis of how the world of the outer senses is experienced.

The empty breath can be felt within the non-definitive borders of a ball like thing with the lower part of it passing through the abdomen or the stomach and the upper the head or above it. The swing of the empty breath, that may be the most common aspect of it, is shaped like a curved yin yang line – but less curved and not with a definitive form – within this borderless ball. It is felt inside the body swinging from the back to the front of it or up and down, but it can also be felt swinging from side to side and everywhere in between these directions.

Sensing all directions simultaneously is like feeling no swing at all – as if the world stands still. Mostly though it is the swing from the back to the front of the body that is felt, maybe combined with the up/downswing. The swing may be felt in the abdomen, stomach or chest or all those places at once.

The empty breath can be felt in many ways, among others like id you are riding on two big yin-yangs like waves but without the holes in alignment with the rhythm of the breath. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The swing of the empty breath is powered by an extremely fast and chaotic energy, that is sensed both inside and outside the body within the non-definitive borders of the ball that make up the empty breath, as if it is going here, there and everywhere without going anywhere. It feels like you are a transparent fountain of joy. And going around the non-definitive border of the ball feels like surfing two waves formed like the two parts of a yin-yang sign (with no dots in it). In general, you just feel one of the aspects of the empty breath at a time. But may you also feel aspects not described in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings.

But now onto the subject of this article, namely the inner senses.

Fearing the empty breath is not unfounded, if you want to remain as someone special in a world defined by time and space, because the empty breath guides you into the world of the inner senses, where you are nobody.

So if you fear the empty breath, you know it is because you believe to be someone definitive, and as this belief is undone by the empty breath, there is nothing to fear if you connect with it.

The empty breath is not a step to something better because it is a state of not knowing and so is the other duality hack in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. For this reason, there is no way to know, if they differ from each other or in any way overlap each other. And so what. There is nobody to care about that in a state of not-knowing. The world of the inner senses
In the case of Alexius, the main period for mostly experiencing the world of the inner senses and having glimpses of enlightenment is just before going to sleep, at which time he gives the world of the outer senses minimum attention so he can travel in the world of the inner ones.

This often starts as a perfect moment induced by his connectedness with the empty breath. And as this is a state of not-knowing and so is having glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, he does not know if these state-of knowing differs from each other, or if they are intertwined. And neither does he know long time a state of not-knowing lasts.

Yet he knows it comes and goes and that a state of not-knowing probably lasts less than 20 minutes, since a brain will go into coma, if it is not kept active with thoughts about how to develop what you appear to be so you seem to become and have more (see the article Willingness to not exclude but include undoes the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one).

If a state of not-knowing differs from being induced by a take-off to the empty breath, glimpses of enlightenment, inclusiveness, pretending to be someone definitive, seeing symbols of life in the world or being alone together, which are the main duality hacks (see the table of contents) is not to say, since it is a state of not-knowing.

When he wakes up in the morning he also knows that the cure for believing to be someone definitive is to be in a state of not-knowing. Whether it is triggered by the empty breath or another duality hack does not matter. What matters is that the pure bliss of a state of not-knowing (see the article Inclusiveness is a state of not-knowing – and that is pure bliss) is achieved totally effortlessly without the help of thoughts and feelings, so when the state is over and you again seems to have thoughts and feelings, you know you do not need them.

The wording in this image seems to suggest what new age people like to believe, namely that even though almost all thoughts are illusionary, at least some of them are real, so if you look hard enough you will find the truth. But as there is nobody to look for anything other than the ´self´, any kind of searching or self-restraint seems to prove you are a self, and thus an illusion since there is no self. In other words, all thoughts are illusionary and the way to expose them is to not participate in the race for more – regardless it appears to be so-called spiritual or materialistic – because believing to be a ´self´ is all about being and having more than the formlessness of oneness. But when he forgets that there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one, thoughts and feelings seem important because if interpreted to be caused by a world where there seems to be more than one, they can be used to prove he is someone in it.* However, in the below description of a blissful night, where most of his awareness is on the abstract world of the inner senses, he is reminded there is no more than the formlessness of oneness.

When it is the empty breath that takes care of the switch between the inner and outer senses, you do not where the border between them is – or if there is one.

A night with blissful on and off moments of not-knowing
Laying in the bed with a sleeping mask** on and earphones with triple flange sleeves* plugged into his ears, the transparent sound of the empty breath*** seems to transport him into worlds of light, where lucid flowers or whole universes unfold in an extreme speed or in slow-mo until thoughts or feelings are trying to surface and sleep sets in. Going into a deep sleep, the visions of light continue, and when he wakes up early in the morning they turn into ethereal harmonies.

It does not seem exciting to me anymore to travel in worlds of light. I am rather naturally attracted to leaving everything behind and as nothing sucked though a black hole into that which is one. It seems like ages ago when Alexius enjoyed travelling in worlds of light. Nowadays he prefers to leave everything behind and as nothing float through a black hole**** into the formlessness of that which is one. Actually, this is a typical description from many years ago, where the glimpses of enlightenment were exciting journeys in the enchanted worlds of light. Nowadays he does not care much for such visions, that mostly are exciting because they to some extent are recognisable, so instead, it is visions of abstract nothingness. That is until they swirl together around a so-called black hole****, which is neither exciting or relaxing. It just is.

The vibration, that Aum or Sohang symbolises*****, is another aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one, that can be experienced through the inner senses. In the case of Alexius, it pops up every now and then during the day as a natural extension of the empty. The taste of the enlightenment of that which is one also pops up – for example when he is writing about it.

Enlightenment of that which is one is impersonal, but the vague memories of it is filtered by the personality, and as it is not able to embrace one perpetual present, it is described as a personal experience in time and space. Glimpses of enlightenment is solely a personal experience.

Eyes cannot see – they translate, or it is rather the brain that translate all the otherwise meaningless info it receives through the eyes according to how it is conditioned to see the world. If it receives info that does not fit into its image of the world, it twist it until it does. In other words, you have no idea about what is written in this article or what is in the world. You do not know what is written in this article, because what you think you read is coloured by your interpretation
Be aware that the above is how Alexius experiences the world of the inner senses when the world of the outer senses gets less attention or absolutely none. But just like you and he probably experience things in the world of the outer senses differently, the same may apply to the glimpses of enlightenment from the world of the inner senses – and regarding the enlightenment of that which is one the vague memories of not being someone at all are most likely selective.

In other words, the descriptions you get in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings of the enlightenment of that which is one and the glimpses of it are not meant to be absolute. Besides, you have actually not read the descriptions, but your interpretations of them.*****

The night can be full of restless dreams, that seem very real, until you quietly wake up to the sound of ethereal music, that cancels out the confusion of the night, so that you full of clarity get out bed.

Neither is his experience the same every night. Some nights thoughts or emotions seem to take over and take him into the world of the outer senses. No worries, if that happens to you too. It is a great way to see, that thoughts and emotions have no power, and that power is not necessary when there is no need to be someone at all.

The key to opening up to the world of the inner senses is purpose, namely the purpose of not using the outer senses to experience a tangible world outside of you.

If the the purpose of putting on a sleeping mask is to cancel out the ligt from the world of the outer senses, you will be in the light of the inner senses. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Anything perceived as definable blocks out the full tour of the inner senses
You cannot do something to be in the world of the inner senses, because the intention of doing something in order to be or have something only works in the world of the outer senses, as that is experienced to be tangible. But for the very same reason, you can do something to not experience the world of the outer senses – for example putting on a sleeping mask.

Best to forget all the descriptions from Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings about the glimpses of enlightenment, as you may interpret them to be something specific, and that cannot be replicated in the world of the inner senses.

If you remember the last time you travelled in incredible worlds of lucid light and you want more excitement like that, you will not get it, as defining glimpses of enlightenment in this way turn them into an experience of the outer senses, because only there does it seem possible to experience something specifically more than once. In other words, if trying to interpret the glimpses of the enlightenment in the way you do in the world of the outer senses, there is no more glimpses to experience.

When you completely turn off the outer senses – or rather are willing to do so – you bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one. No image can be shown of that because it cannot be experienced since the experience of something requires more than one. Glimpses of enlightenment, however, can be experienced. One of the last glimpses you may have before there is no more consciousness, as it requires more than one to be conscious of something, could be something like this image looking like a horse head, which is what a so-called black hole**** sometimes look like just before there is nothing but light. There is not someone to know if the light is exploding out of the hole or into it, neither does anybody know that there is nothing else than light with no colour or substance until there is no more than the formlessness of oneness. To turn off the outer senses partially or fully
The easiest way to switch between the outer and inner senses is, of course, to let the empty breath take care of it – see The nature of ´the empty breath´ – but until you are willing to choose not to choose yourself but to be guided by the empty breath the below suggestion may be of help.

You turn off the outer senses by not selecting specific thoughts and feelings to be excluded, but instead include them, so that there are no contrasts left – for example, good and bad – and consequently, nothing to define you as someone definitive. If the inclusion is not complete but partial you have glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, and if it is complete there is not someone to hide the enlightenment of that which is one.

Do not pay too much attention to the world of the outer senses, when in the world of the inner senses, but let it be there somewhere in the background. When moving in the world of the outer senses, it is often best hardly to pay attention to the inner world except as a blissful memory, that helps you to focus on what you seem to be doing in the world of the outer senses without being deceived by it.

There are no rules though, so there may be times where the two worlds seem to mix in a beneficial way, but why not fully enjoy the taste of wine on the premises of the world of the outer senses, and totally space out when you fly through amazing worlds of abstract light in the world of the inner senses.

In other words, when you are solely in the world of the inner senses, the belief in being someone in a specific body defined by time and space is undone by the enlightenment of that which is one, and so you do not appear to be in a world defined by time and space anymore. Neither do you appear to be somewhere else, because the belief in being someone is undone. Thus it is not an out-of-body experience. It is not an experience at all.

In the enlightenment of that which is one, there is no consciousness of a body or that you ever seemed to be or have one, because it takes more than one to be conscious about something. In other words, there is no more than that which always was and always will be, namely the formlessness of that which is one, since formlessness is endless and therefore everything.

What sort of external music resembles the internal one

If you are used to the ethereal music, that the inner senses reveal when the outer ones are partly turned off, memories of these harmonies may be triggered when listening to external music from artists like Charalambides. This image, that is grabbed from the web, is a cover from their album ´A Vintage Burden´.

Mozart might have gotten the inspiration for his compositions from hearing ethereal music inside of him. This is not to say, that his music sounds exactly like that. Rather it is to say that the flow of his music resembles the effortless elegance and beauty of ethereal harmonies originating from inside, when the outer senses are more or less closed. That is except when Mozart wants does not want to impress the audience by adding more action to the compositions than the natural flow of it calls for because ethereal harmonies never built up to a peak.

Church bells and similar sounds, that does not add up to something specific, resemble inner ethereal music. Not the monotonic pattern of repetition though like in for example church bells because ethereal music is the music of chaotic harmonies.

Contemporary electronic music, that consists of glitches and other sonic artifacts, spaced out or slowed played steel guitar, analogue or synth sounds mixed with for example piano loops, chimes and bells into ambient textures in very long tracks, that seem to be without beginning or end, have much resemblance to the ethereal music revealed by the inner senses in the organic way it appears to move on without going nowhere. The electronic music though has a lot harder edge to it and a less transparent sound than inner music, which has a crystal clear but distant sound to it with no sonic artefacts needed to produce the ethereal harmonies.

The kind of new-age music, that are dreamy symphonies of otherworldly states – for example Karunesh and Marsen Jules – does not resemble ethereal music, but the new-age ideas of us all wakening up in a merry-go-round world, where everything is always right, which of course is an illusion, because something cannot be right without something being wrong.

Ethereal music is not a dream about something better, neither is it symphonic or anything that suggests else a sequence of something happening in time, whether that is to wake up or whatnot. And it is definitely not otherworldly, as it is echoes of that which is one and there is no other world than that since it is formless and therefore endless.

In a world where there seems to be more than one, however, the random sounds making up ethereal music may be remembered as if they fit together like in a symphony, because there is a sense of bliss or stillness from these random harmonies united in one perpetual present.

Appearing in the world with eyes and ears wide open it is obvious that all experiences are deceptions, so Alexius see no sense in meditating or do anything else to experience higher states of mind. If he wants to relax from appearing in the world of the outer senses, he shuts them down by not following the urge to get excited from specific experiences. In other words, when not trying to escape boredom by finding something to get excited about, the world of the inner senses opens up.

When he appears to be in the world of the outer senses, he deals with it by letting the outer senses do the navigation, because the inner ones are hopeless in regards to that. But they are great in regards to in how to perceive it. In the case of Alexius, he does not listen much to external music resembling internal music. In general, he prefers mundane music, when dealing with the world of the outer senses.

The inner senses versus the outer ones

The outer senses is not a contrast to the inner senses in the way black is to white, for example. It is not that the outer senses are on the outside and the inner senses on the inside. Their names rather mean that the outer senses are geared to experience a world, that is perceived to be outside of you, whereas the inner senses help you to experience a world that does not seems to be separated from you.

The inner senses is used to see a world, that does not appear to be outside of you. But it does not mean it is inside of you. There is neither anything inside or outside, as that requires more than one and there is no more than that which is one.

But scientifically speaking the world consists of empty space, so whatever tangible appearances you seem to experience is make-believe, regardless of where they appear to be. It is also make-believe, that there is someone who experience is experiencing this. See Where to find the bliss of ´the empty breath´.

To undo the belief in being someone in a tangible world, it may be beneficial to not only use the outer senses but also the inner ones, as what is experienced with them does not seem tangible so you may start questioning the existence of a tangible world and you as someone there.

Everything experienced is a deception
Often those having visions via the inner senses conclude, that the world experienced with the outer ones is an illusion, and they are right – but they are not right when they go on concluding the world experienced with the inner senses is real.

It requires more than one to experience something, and as there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one because what is formless is endless, no experience is real. Nevertheless turning down the volume of the outer senses, that in the context of the physical world operate below the eyebrows, and turning up the volume of on the inner ones, which means to partially shift awareness to above the outer senses, makes it easier to undo the belief in a world, where there seems to be more than one.

There is nothing real to find in the world of the outer senses – neither in the world of the inner ones, but there it may be easier to uncover the illusion of the senses, so that there is nothing to hide that which cannot be sensed, namely the formlessness of that which is one.

Illusions can be used to unveil their illusionary nature
The more you do not try to define anything, which is easier in the world of the inner senses, as there are not so many established concepts about what it is, the less there is someone definitive experiencing anything. And when there is no belief in being someone definitive, the enlightenment of that which is one is bid welcome.

For some, it seems easier having the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one undone in the abstract world of the inner senses. But the belief in separation can also be undone while experiencing the world of the outer senses,

APPENDIX:
Just like the outer senses can be used with the sole purpose of entertaining yourself and impressing others with how much you appear to be and have, the inner ones can be used for the same purpose. In fact, that is the most common purpose for those who like to label themselves as spiritual. They believe that having visions of an inner world makes them more spiritual and therefore different from others.

But as long as the apparent differences in a world, where there seems to be more than one, is perceived to make a difference, you are part of the very same belief in separation as those whom you think you differ from. That is, however, quickly solved in the world of the outer senses, because as we all share the same belief system of separation, we all in are the same boat. In other words, the apparent difference between us makes no difference, and so there is no foundation for the belief in separation.

As you can see, you do not need to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one to practically see that to believe in separation makes no sense. But without having bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, it is may be difficult to take it to the next step, which is that without separation there is no foundation for the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one.

However, as such a world is a matter of belief – quantum physics states it only appears to be there when observed –you may as well believe someone, who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, telling you that it is a hallucination – especially as this includes your appearance as someone definitive, because that means all problems are solved, as all your problems arise from the belief that you are someone at all.

You cannot come back to that which is one, because you never left it

When thoughts keep on moving faster and faster, you are on full speed back to that which is you. That is if you use the speed as a run-up to the inner senses, where the extreme speediness does not seem terrifying, as it is nothing compared to that which is you. It is so fast that it is not possible to leave it. In other words, you are not returning to that which is you. You are rather leaving the belief that the dullness of the world experienced with the outer senses can hide the formlessness of that which is you. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When thoughts keep on moving faster and faster, you are on full speed back to that which is you. That is, if you use the speed as a take-off to the empty breath*, that will connect you with the high frequency of the inner senses, where the extreme speed seems like nothing, as the inner senses feels closer to the incredible speed of which is you, which is so fast that it is not possible to conceive. In other words, it is formless and therefore cannot be left, unless you imagine it to slow down so that there is something to be conceived as if it has a form amongst other forms in a world where there seems to be more than one. Even though this is just a fantasy, as that which is you is no different from that which is one, the belief that it is possible seems to hide the formlessness of that which is you. Enlightenment of that which is one cannot reveal itself, if you want it to be an experience that change or expand your consciousness, as it takes more than one to be aware of anything. Yet glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one can be experienced, because no glimpse is complete and neither is an experience.

But if enlightenment is what you think you need to become better or higher, you will assume glimpses of it can be used for something specific and so they will seem to disappear until you realise, that you do not need more than what you already have, namely the life of that which is one.

There is nothing you can do in a world where there seems to be more than one in order to come back to that which is one because you never left it. But you can do something to undo the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. This belief is undone the moment you do not need to believe you have something in a world where there seems to be more than one, as without this belief there is nothing to prove you are someone there, and not being anybody there, you do not need to believe it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

To physically jump from one place to another you need to speed up. Likewise, you need to speed up thoughts – or rather you just do not try to slow them down – so that they move at a speed where it is hard to understand them. Consequently, there is no understanding to keep you from taking off to the empty breath.* The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The experience of having fast-moving thoughts in the world of the outer senses is not comfortable for the body, but if the speed of thoughts is used as take-off to the empty breath*, it will synchronise the speed of the thoughts with the fast frequencies of the inner senses, which is the end of feeling restless and the start of feeling indifferent. That is if you do not fight the ways of the empty breath* or try to correct or transform your experience of being someone definitive in the world of the outer senses. In others words, to jump from the world of the outer senses to the empty breath*, which connects you with the inner senses, you do what you always need to do when jumping from one place to another, namely, speed up.

What is said in the above about speedy thoughts also applies to for example ongoing misery. When there is plenty of it, it can be used as a take-off to the empty breath*, provided you do not try to escape what you feel but are nothing but that. Plenty of happiness or any other feeling can be used in the same way.

Connecting with the empty breath is not like breaking on through to the other side, but like going in a driverless car on a highway to the formlessness of that which is one.

What is formless has no sides and therefore no end. Consequently, there is no more than that which is one, so if you believe to be in a world where there seems to see more than one, you have chosen to be deceived by the senses.

The info or the thought construction needed to make someone appear to be tangible in a world defined by time and space is picked up from the edge of a black hole. In reality, though it has never been applied. It is not possible, because there is no more than that which is one. Yet, if you if experience yourself to be someone definitive in a world supposedly created from a big bang coming out of a black hole, you imagine it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. If the change from outer to inner senses is complete, the dullness of the world sensed by the outer senses is no more experienced. Consequently the slowness, that seems to make a world outside of you appear to be tangible, cannot hide there is nothing outside of you, neither inside. The thoughts that made up this illusion is rapidly taken away by the inner senses so that there is not something to hide the enlightenment of that which is one. Such a complete change is not gradual but very abrupt, and as it is associated with death most avoid the enlightenment of that which is one.

If you do not believe thoughts to be real, it is easy to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, because all that is needed to bid it welcome is to not be attentive to the meaning of thoughts, which is not to be mistaken for stopping them, as that requires someone definitive doing it – and to be definitive requires lots of thoughts judged to have a specific meaning.

Neither should it be understood as you become aware of the enlightenment of that which is one instead of thoughts. It is not possible to be aware of the enlightenment of that which is one, as it takes more than one to be aware of something.

Bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one is to not be exclusive but inclusive.

In other words, there is nobody to know if you are enlightened because to know something requires more than one. Also, what you appear to be in the world is not enlightened, because a person cannot be enlightened.

Yet a person can step aside so that there is not something definable to hide the indefinable light of that which is one. To not be exclusive but inclusive is to step aside because inclusiveness neutralise contrasts and without them, there is nothing define you as someone definitive and therefore not something to not bid welcome the formlessness of the enlightenment of that which is one.

You are nobody in the enlightenment of that which is one. Well, also in the world, but in the enlightenment of that which is one there is not something to fill the nothingness of you with thoughts of importance, and so there is nobody to experience the enlightenment of that which is one. 

Yet returning from to a world where there seems to be more than one, there are vague memories of such a world being destroyed by a light stronger than 1000s of sun and leaving nothing but that which is one, as Arjuna describes it in the Bhagavad Gita.

Remembering there is no more than that which is one is not gonna change you into someone, who is wiser, better or more happy, but into nobody, as the conclusion is that a world where there seems to be more than one is not there.

The enlightenment of that which is one is one perpetual present, and therefore cannot be brought back into a world of linear time, so if returning to such a world you are not in the enlightenment of that which is one. Yet, as there are vague memories of it, you are to be compared to someone who is the enlightenment of that which is one. The person though that you appear to be in the world is in no way changed by this, neither is it necessary because the appearance of you in a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion and so is any change of it.

If a person only partially bids welcome the enlightenment of that which is one there will just be glimpses of it in the form of hearing, feeling or tasting an echo of that which is one. It can also be spaced out visions of travelling through different universes, seeing Jesus or the birth of a new universe in slow motion, which is very is exciting of course, but as it is something experienced, it has nothing to do with the enlightenment of that which is one.

You cannot go around as a person enlightened of that which is one, but you can go around having glimpses of it. If you do, you may seem distant from the world, as if you are not there. Yet you are more present than most because to be present you cannot be in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Living in the now has nothing to do with living. It is a numb state of mind for those trying to fit into a still photo imagined to be life, as they are afraid of going with the flow of it.

Chances are, however, that you quickly will look for more glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one and as you, therefore, are participating in the quest for being and having more, you will be fixated you in a world where there seems to be more than one. In other words, you are not present at all, because that which is you is the formlessness of oneness and as formless is endless there is no more than that which is one.

The way to undo your belief in thoughts, as if they are yours and therefore making you appear to be someone special, is to include all of them exactly as they appear to be.

The swing of the empty breath feels as the curved line in an yin yang sign swinging back and forth, up and down, from side to side and everything in between within a ball without definitive borders, that crosses your body below or above the waist and in the head or above it. This vibration synchronizes the low-frequency world of the outer senses with the high frequency of the inner senses, so no kind of speediness or confusion in the world of the outer senses seems upsetting. When experiences in the world of the outer senses is based on the world of the inner senses nothing is interpreted as upsetting. It is rather the other way around, you cannot help but laugh. Being a medium for the empty breath, you are guided by glimpses of enlightenment
The main reason for feeling stressed as an appearance in a world where there seems to be more than one is that it takes so much energy to make thoughts and feelings appear as if they come from someone specific.

Not being someone specific feels as if you are nothing, which seems very discomforting until you realise that being empty you are a vessel the empty breath*, that takes you into the high-frequency world of the inner senses, where glimpses of enlightenment are the base for experiencing the low-frequency world of the outer senses.

The excitements in the world of the outer senses requires you to appear, as if you are someone definitive, because you cannot have a specific experience without being someone definitive.

Being guided by the empty breath is like being on autopilot. It is so relaxing and it feels as if nothing is wrong no matter what you appear to be and have, unless you do not still insist in being entertained by all the apparent exciting possibilities in the world of the outer senses, as they only bring pleasure if you work hard to appear as someone specific with its own thoughts and feelings.

This is very stressful compared to being a medium for the empty breath, as it automatically syncs the stress from the world of outer senses with the tranquillity of the inner senses so that you become indifferent to the apparent differences of a world where there seems to be more than one.

You are lucky, when everything seems to fall apart, because this may trigger so much sadness, that you stop believing the construction of thoughts you have based your identity upon is that which is you.

This synchronisation occurs when the high frequencies coming from the inner senses are not fenced off by the belief that thoughts belong to someone definitive, and no effort is made to be active in the low-frequency world of the outer senses.

This does not mean that you cannot move around in the world of the outer senses. You are inactive in it and ready to be a medium for the empty breath when you do not care about what and where you are, while you, for example, appear to be walking down a street or sitting in a park. In other words, no need to exclude anything by eating special food or sit in special postures in special surroundings to achieve a pure mind.

The empty breath is the foundation for glimpses of enlightenment, that is bound to merge into the enlightenment of that which is one, provided you do not keep swimming in the bliss induced by the glimpses of enlightenment, as to be blissful requires more than one.

Just like the empty breath is a foundation for the glimpses of enlightenment so is ´pretending to be someone definitive´ or ´to se symbols of life in the world´ or ´not being exclusive but inclusive´ so that apparent differences is not perceived to make a difference**. It does not matter which foundation you choose or if you alternate between them.

A perfect moment with glimpses of enlightenment is something you are aware of. If you stop being aware of it, you cannot see any glimpse. There is nothing and that is where the enlightenment of that which is one sets in. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Where do glimpses of enlightenment come from
Physically speaking the glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one seems to originate from a non-defined space behind the frequencies of thoughts behind the pineal gland. It is probably also from there, you perceive the world, when you are not exclusive but inclusive, so its apparent differences do not make a difference and it feels as every moment is the perfect moment**.

The same applies to pretend being a person or to perceive everything in the world as symbols of that which is one**. The empty breath – sounding like sohang – is presumably picked up from there as well physically speaking.

The pineal gland might work as a receiver for signals picked up by the eighth chakra, which has a magenta colour and is located above the head. Yet maybe neither the pineal gland or the eighth chakra have anything to do with the experiences glimpses of enlightenment. You cannot know, because experiencing them, you do not care – and not experiencing you do not know where to look.

In daily life, it might be best downplaying the visual glimpses of enlightenment, as you will have a hard time navigating the world of the outer senses while having visions of light. In most cases though, you can safely go with the glimpses of the other aspects of enlightenment, namely hearing, feeling or tasting it.

This is not a new religion or philosophy, that you must learn and strictly adhere to. On the contrary. It is about unlearning everything and going with the flow.

Not knowing what and where you are, there is no more to unlearn
The enlightenment of that which is one and the glimpses of it are in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings described in a certain way, but elsewhere the same may be described in another way – just like two persons may describe the same cup of coffee in different ways.

So do not wait for the enlightenment of that which is one or the glimpses of it to be revealed exactly as described in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. In other words, you do not have to fit into the terminology of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. Also: trying to extract a specific way to the enlightenment of that which is one or the glimpses of it from Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings will not help you. Better to forget all words about it and thrust the light, sound, feeling or taste of it to do their thing, when you partly or fully are willing to not be someone definitive.

That being said, there are practical instructions of how to experience glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one in the article Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment, which may help undoing the belief in being someone definitive and therefore be able to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one.

When there is nobody there, there is nobody to judge a dog to be different from a human. No appearance appears to do behave in a personal way, because nobody is observing them.

There is nothing to fear when there is nobody there
When none of your experiences is excluded but included, you cannot know what and where you are, because with nothing excluded there are no contrasts to define you as someone specific.

Inclusion seems dangerous when you want to survive as someone definitive, but if you do not mind being nobody, there is no need to fear what seems to be the disintegration of you, because there is no end to not being specific.

You and the world is fabricated at the edge of a black hole, which you have imagined to be a way out of that which is one – and to make it appear as if you are right, you divide all the appearances of this fabrication by separating them into good and bad, so that it seems you are in a world, where there is more than that which is one.


What you appear to be is fabricated at the edge of a black hole, from where you believed it was possible to escape that which is one. To make it appear as you are right in believing, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, you separate everything you imagine to see outside the black hole into degrees of good and bad so that it feels like you are in a world where there is more than one.

When feelings, that are judged to be bad, are excluded by projecting them onto others or obscure parts of your body, so that you appear to be a good person only, you have fabricated a world divided into opposites of good and bad, right and wrong and me and them. Consequently, there is always something, you need to fix in order not to feel bad, wrong or outside.

When everything is included there is no differences and consequently nothing to improve. Nothing is missing. Every moment is the perfect moment.

But if you do not try to avoid the ups and downs of the world by excluding what makes you feel down but instead include down as well as up, then their contrast is cancelled out, and so the apparent difference between down and up makes no difference. In other words, nothing is wrong or missing. The moment is perfect – also if there still appears to be thoughts and feelings because they are experienced through the echo of that which is one, which is indifferent to the experience of you as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

The inner senses are not limited by the ideas of time and space, so it is not a problem for them to pick the echo of that which is one coming from the beginning of the world, which also is the end of it.

The humming from the edge of the universe
Depending on your preference in the world the echo of that which is one is either experienced as a sound, feeling, light or taste coming from the edge of the universe – one at a time though, as they are aspects of that which is one. This article, however, is mainly about hearing or feeling it, which is often symbolised by the words Aum and Sohang.

As what is formless is endless, the formlessness of that which is one is everything, so to be conscious or anything else that requires more than one is an illusion.

When the outer senses are partially closed, the inner ones, that are not limited by time and space, can tune into this vibration from the edge of the universe symbolised by the words Aum and Sohang, so that you can hear or feel it. What you hear or feel though is not that which is one but a glimpse of it because that which is one cannot be experienced.

That which is one is the absence of attention, awareness, consciousness, love or anything else that requires more than one. In other words, attention, awareness, consciousness, love or anything else that requires more than one are attributes of the ego.

If the outer senses are completely closed, there is no world to experience, and so there is nothing to prevent the flow of the inner senses from erasing all thoughts – or rather the belief that there is someone thinking them – so there is not something that appears to hide that which is one. This is, however, not the subject of this article, which is written within the apparent realm of a world where there seems to be more than one.

Feeling or hearing the humming from the edge of the universe you do not perceive differences to make a difference. There is nothing to separate good and bad or anything else, so everything – though apparent different – have the same value. Every moment is the perfect moment. Nothing is wrong or missing.

There is no way to escape the formlessness of that which is one because formlessness is endless. Consequently this image of a black hole, that may look like an embryo or a horse head, is not real.

In the beginning, every moment was the perfect
A perfect moment can be compared to the first moment of a world where there seems to be more than one. You have just escaped the formlessness of that which is one through a black hole, that you imagined seeing at what you judged to be the edge of oneness. Fragments of oneness – or rather selected memories – that you brought through the black hole, are chaotically floating around until you start organising them into a perfect pattern.

But there is not enough fragments – or memories – to make the pattern perfect. You freak out, and the anger makes the fragments explode into a big bang, that expands into the universe in which you spend all your time looking for the missing pieces. Truth is that which is one. Consequently there is no truth in a world, where there seems to be more than one.

If you are a factual minded person, you may ask, where are the facts behind the above explanation. There are no facts but that a world where there seems to be more than one is not possible, because there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one, as formlessness has no end. In other words, that which is one is everything and therefore no outside or inside.

Consequently whatever is experienced in a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion – also so-called facts, spirituality, the above mentioned perfect moment an explanation of the beginning of the world.

The perfect moment is a fairytale pointing to that which is one
That which is you is no different from that which is one, so it is not possible to be someone definitive in a world, where there seems to be more than one. Yet it is possible to pretend to be there. Just like – in the context of such a world – it is possible to pretend to be someone in a virtual world of a game.

As most have forgotten, that a world where there seems to be more than one is virtual, they believe that what they appear to be is real – and as they believe it all started with a big bang, the above explanation about the beginning of the world and a perfect moment is meant to be a fairytale, that hints to what hides that which is one, so you may be inspired to have the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one undone.

A perfect moment can be used as a way to survive the stress of a world where there seems to be more than one, and/or as a way to have the belief in such a world undone, so there is not something to hide the formlessness of that which is one.

So if this fairytale of a perfect moment seems helpful to you, follow it and go back to the very first moment of the world, where your partially opened inner senses will fill you with glimpses of enlightenment – or if completely opened leave your identity at the edge of a black hole, so that nobody gracefully floats through a black hole into that which is one.

But if this fairytale is not your cup of tea, by all means, go for another – for example, hack #1.4 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation – or go for something entirely different.

It is best though, while appearing to be in a world, where there seems to be more than one, to follow somebody else´s voice*, as what you consider to be your own is based on the sum of your memories, which means it is the ego talking from the past in an attempt to maintain the status quo by for example saying you should things in your own pace.

No way, however, is more or less real than another. Yet while believing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, it may seem as if there is a way that serves you better than another in regards to undoing the belief in being someone definitive. If Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings appear to be such a way, use them to set yourself free, but please do use them to prove that you are on the right way and others are on a wrong.

Most belief systems are just a shared vocabulary for people in search of meaning.

Also, do not try to fit into the terminology of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. They are not a new philosophy or religion. where you can find the meaning of life. On the contrary. They undo the belief, that you are someone living in a capsule of time and space. What you believe to do not exist, because it takes more than one to believe something or to exist as someone – and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.


*) It is of course only in a world, where there seems to be more than one, that you can appear to follow somebody else’s voice. Ultimately speaking there is nothing but the oneness of that which is you.

The empty breath is your best friend. This may not always be your experience though, because it is of no help in regards to the appearance of your body, neither the world that appears to be around you. Yet it helps you to see everything through its eyes of indifference so you will feel good no matter the condition of your appearance and its apparent surroundings. Metaphorically speaking the empty breath is a life jacket, you got from that which is one when you left it to search for more than one. Well, it is not actually possible to leave it, as there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. Yet it seems possible imagining to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

When connected with the empty breath, what you seem to receive from the world is always the same, because you receive what you give and you give what you have, namely the indifference of the empty breath.

This life jacket – the empty breath – loves you unconditionally. Thus it is not bothered by how you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. It does not even see the world you believe to see, neither what you believe to be, because that is a fantasy made from out of nothing – and as the empty breath is nothing as well, it sees nothing but what you and the world are made from.

To see nothing is to love that which is you unconditionally. Thus the empty breath does not need your love. But as long as you believe to be someone definitive, you need to love it to feel unconditionally loved.

Feeling the connectedness with the empty breath, you probably forget to check the lottery. And when you finally remember, you smile regardless you won or not, because when you are in the flow of the empty breath, you become indifferent to a world where there seems to be more than one and its apparent expectations of you becoming and getting more.

When you are connected with the inner breath, you probably forget to check, if you did win a prize in lottery, and when you remember to check it, you smile whether you did win or not, because being connected with the inner breath, you always feel like a winner. But overriding* its guidance, you mostly feel like a loser. The animation is grabbed from the web.

The empty breath does not know how to heal your hay fever or anything else caused by the belief in being someone definitive. But it knows how to heal this belief. And due to the relaxation, that comes from the process of having it healed, you may intuitively explore new ways bringing about the healing of your hay fever as well. The empty breath does not heal the body, but the belief that you are in it
The guidance of the empty breath is not about how to achieve more health, money, success, love or something else, but how to see what you appear to be and have is nothing.

Being connected with the empty breath, every experience of something is perceived to be nothing. This does not mean though, that you do nothing about a broken leg, for example. But as the leg is perceived to be nothing, and so is what you do about it, you do not worry if something will be accomplished. Thus doing something about it becomes effortless.

To be loved is a need that comes from belief in separation. But as you do not perceive differences to make a difference, when relying on the indifference of the empty breath, being loved or not does not make a difference. 

If you want to uphold your appearance as someone tangible, although this appearance is 99% empty space and 1% energy according to science, my non teachings about the inner breath is not for you. It is not helping you become better or transform anything, but to undo the belief in being someone definitive. The animation is grabbed from the web.

If you want to uphold your appearance as someone tangible, although this appearance is nothing but empty space according to science, Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings about the empty breath is not for you. They will not help you to become better or transform you into someone who is part of something bigger. On the contrary, they will undo the belief that it is possible to be someone at all so that there is not someone definitive appearing to hide the formlessness of that which is you. The empty breath is not changing or transforming anything. Such concepts are based on the perception of separation, which is unknown to the empty breath. It knows of nothing but indifference to the apparent different appearances in the world where you believe to be, as it does not see something but nothing there.

Those advocating ´living in the now´ try to replicate the traits of the empty breath. But not by being indifferent to the world of separation fabricated by the brain, but by enhancing the belief in separation through the exclusion of the past and the future, so they can experience something they believe to be now, although all experience is a fabrication of the past executed by the brain. The indifference of the empty breath results in all being the same – not in the sense though that positive and negative, for example, is experienced to be the same, but that their apparent difference makes no difference. Thus it makes no difference, whether you think positive or negative, feel cherished or rejected, try to make the world better or not, search for a higher consciousness or not, are living in the now or whatnot.

When connected with the empty breath you cannot perceive yourself as someone definitive. That is why there is nobody to help or attack you.

This detachment, however, that is a natural trait of the empty breath, cannot be replicated by being an observer or anything else as that implies you believe to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, and detachment is indifferent to this or any other belief.

The function of the empty breath is not to improve your apparent condition or the conditions experienced to surround you, as that is just a replacement of one illusion with another. Its function is to facilitate the undoing of the belief, that there is more than that which is one, so this belief does not appear to hide there is no more than that which is one.

To transform or in any other way change what what you appear to makes no difference because all appearances are nothing but a construction of thoughts. Therefore my non teachings are not concerned about what you think or how much you think, but that you belief that you are thinking. When that belief is undone, thoughts do not seem to have any power anymore.

To connect with the empty breath, you do not need to stop anything but the belief that there is anything
You may have noticed, that in the articles about the empty breath you are not promised to be transformed, transcended or in any other way be changed. This is because changing or transforming something in a world where there seems to be more than one is just a replacement of one illusion with another.

This can be compared to the world on a computer screen. No matter how it is changed, everything is the same, because there is nothing on the screen. Everything is on a hard disk and yet there is nothing there but zeros and ones. It is not before the zeros and ones have been processed by an app into what appears to be on the screen, that the nothingness of the hard disk seems to be a tangible world, where it seems changes can be made.

Thus the empty breath, which in this context just like what and where you believe to be is unprocessed zeros and ones, has no interest in stopping anything on the screen or to make you think more positive about it. Whatever is on the display or what you think about it makes no difference.*

If something seems to trouble you, use the frustration to ignite a take-off to the empty breath, so that whatever you think or feel does not appear to make a difference. See Take-offs to ´the empty breath´.

So nothing needs to be changed, and thoughts need not be stopped. The only problem is the belief, that what you are conscious about is real. And that is the concern of the empty breath, namely to undo the belief in you being someone with a consciousness. The inner breath has nothing to do with what you eat, how you dress or if walk or sit. Neither has it anything to do with meditation but to being a medium of it. In other words, it is given to you when you are not be someone specific but nobody.

Connecting with the empty breath has nothing to do with what you eat, how you dress or what you think. Neither has it anything to do with meditation except in the sense of being a medium, which you are when willing not to be special but be a servant of nothing. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Taking deep breaths or in any other way manipulating the breath is not beneficial in regards to connecting with the empty breath, because doing so enhances the belief in being someone definitive.

The same applies to being centred, balanced, focused or being anything else, as it is the willingness to not be anything at all, that ignites a take-off to the empty breath.

This willingness, however, does not come from forcing the body into special yoga postures, neither by controlling the mind, but by thrusting its uncontrolled flow to ignite a take-off to the empty breath, regardless you walk, sit, talk and whatnot. See Take-offs to ´the empty breath´.

To make long short, the empty breath does not know, that you assign special meaning to the emptiness of thoughts so that they appear to manifest you as someone definitive in a tangible world that is experienced to be made of physical elements instead of emptiness.

Being connected with the empty breath you are indifferent to the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one – just like you are indifferent to the experienced differences in the world of a movie or a video game, as you know it is all make-believe.

All that the empty breath knows is that there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one. Thus all that it wants is to breathe nothing but emptiness into what you believe to be, so that there does not seem to be someone hiding there never was or will be more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.


*) This should not be understood, as you should not consult a qualified health care professional in order to change your bodily condition to the better, as long as you appear to be someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

NOTE ABOUT INDIFFERENCE:
Being indifferent does not mean, that you do not feel the apparent difference between for example love and hate, but because there is no need to be acknowledged as someone definitive when connected with the empty breath, you do not consider one of them to be better than the other. In other words, it makes no difference two you which feeling you explore.

This indifference is also ignited by pretending to be someone definitive instead of believing to be it, and from perceiving everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one, because when every appearance is a symbol of the same, the apparent differences in the world makes no difference.

+(+) What does ´the empty breath´ feel like? (in the process of being updated)

The inner breath is not restricted to be felt as a specific form, neither to only be felt inside. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As the empty breath is not something definitive, it cannot be felt in a specific way. Yet it can be felt in an undefinable way anywhere within its non-definitive framework – whether that appears to be inside or outside the body – but never consistently as the same, although it is constantly there.

The empty breath can be felt in many different ways within its non-definable framework of a ball like thingy, that passes through the head – or above it – and the stomach or below it. Yet it is not experienced in relation to the body and what seems to be inside or outside of it, because the empty breath does not of anything definitive.

This is not because the empty breath experiences everything in a world where there seems to be more than one to be spiritual, but that nothing is experienced to be there since experiences is a hallucination made from out of nothing. Read more about that here.

Having an out-of-body experience is based on the belief that you are someone in a body, which is the opposite of the experience that comes from the connectedness with the empty breath, as it undoes the belief that you are someone definitive. See also the article Believing to be in or outside the body is equally insane.

Thus the connectedness with the empty breath is not an out-of-body experience, but a no-body experience. This does not mean, however, that you do not take care of the body, your beloved ones and whatnot when connected with the empty breath, but that it makes no difference if doing so seems to pay off or not.

In the connectedness with the empty breath there is nothing that appears to be disturbing, but trying to connect with it everything seems disturbing, because the purpose of trying is delaying, so you want to be disturbed.

The inner breath has no definitive center or anything else in a fixed position, so your experience of it may be different from mine. Maybe you primarily experience it in the stomach, in the chest or both inside and outside of your body within the non definitive borders of a ball. It may change from moment to moment, as  – unlike this image – it is not static. This image however illustrates when all its movements are experienced simultaneously, which feels as if the everything stands still.

The empty breath has no definitive centre or border or anything else that is in a fixed position. Everything is always moving, so the experience of it changes from moment to moment from as if it is in the stomach, in the chest or both inside and outside the body. So if your experience differs from the descriptions in this article, go with the flow as it comes to you.

Feelings are subjective
If you are very future-minded, the empty breath may be felt as coming from somewhere in front of you, whereas being minded about the past it may be felt to come from the back. And if you are into the concepts of living in the now, being centred and balanced, it may be felt as it has a fixed centre. In other words, the experience of it is coloured by own your conditioning.

This is not a problem for the empty breath, because contrary to you it has no need to be acknowledged in a specific way. So whether you experience it in the stomach, the chest, inside or outside of the body it carries out its one and only purpose, namely to make you indifferent to the apparent different experiences in the world where you believe to be.

As the empty breath is not static, the experience of it may change from moment to moment, and you may experience it in other ways than described in this article.

No worries. Feeling the empty breath is not about approaching it in the right way, but going with the flow. It is only in the world of the outer senses, you must do the right thing so you can feel better than those judged to do the wrong thing.

The empty breath is indifferent to all the apparent differences of the world, so the more you connect with it, the more you adapt to this indifference and the less you want to be someone who makes a difference.

I am not a talented illustrator, so instead of making an illustration of the inner breath, I have manipulated an image found on the internet in order to give you an idea of the simultaneously movements inside it.

A basic intro to the non-definitive form of the empty breath
The empty breath has the form of an egg-shaped ball with lots of oval circles moving inside it, but contrary to what you see in the illustration to the right, it does not have a definitive centre or border. Neither do the circles inside of it, and there are so many that there is no space between them. Nor are they empty. Each one of them contains two yin-yang like waves, looking a bit like in the second image from here.

That the empty breath has a non-definitive form does not only mean that the edges of it are blurry but that neither its size or shape is constant. It may grow bigger and smaller here and there so that it momentarily feels to be more pear-shaped than egg-shaped.

As there is no up and down in the empty breath, the biggest part of the pear-shaped version of it may seem to be in the top as well as in the bottom, or in the sides or anywhere in between. And as the apparent centre of each one of the oval circles appearing to be inside the non-definitive ball of the empty breath is floating around, there is no fixed centre.

Even though there appear to be an endless amount of diffused shaped circles inside the non-definitive boundaries of the empty breath, and they are moving in each their own direction with each their own yin-yang like formed waves moving inside them, they are actually fused into one movement of two yin-yang like waves rolling in all directions – at bit like in the next animation in the paragraph The swing of the empty breath or in the two last animations of this article.

But as the above is very difficult to comprehend in a world where life seems to be divided into more than one, most will probably not feel the totality of the empty breath, but one of the many circles that seems to make up the empty breath, if you are conditioned to divide reality in more than one. No worries. It is not about perfection but going with the flow, as it comes to you.

The empty breath has no specific centre, and though it seems to consists of many different movements in each their own size and shape, everything is actually fused into one single move. As this may be hard to comprehend in a world where there seems to be more than one it is most likely easier to experience just one of its aspects at a time.

For most, the flow will be in a circle going from the stomach around the back of the body to the top of the head when breathing in, and from there in a circular movement in front of the body and back to the stomach when breathing out. The direction, however, does not matter. It is all about going with the flow, so if it seems to go the opposite way, by all means, follow that.

The flow can also be in a circle, about the same diameter as above, that instead goes from the abdomen to the throat or rectum to the heart. The diameter of the circle may be proportionally expanded so it goes from the abdomen to a point above the head or from the rectum to a point further above the head.

No matter where you like to perceive the location of the empty breath, it is the same emptiness you experience a second before the brain processes it and defines it as something substantial – read more about that here. As the emptiness of the expanded circle metaphorically speaking goes from hell to heaven, you may feel frightened or spaced out if you get stuck in one of those extremes.

Going with the flow of the circular movement in one of the above circles feels like you are surfing two waves inside a circle of the empty breath. But there are other ways of experiencing the empty breath. Below is a short introduction to these ways and then a more detailed description of each way.

Be aware though, that feeling the empty breath, as described in this article, is only possible to the extent that you do not wish to be or have more spiritually, mentally, emotionally or materialistically because the empty breath has not anything to give but the transparent bliss of nothingness.

A basic intro to the ways of feeling the empty breath
Sensing the operator of the empty breath (see the below paragraph of the same name) or the indifference of it (check out the paragraph The empty breath is not the giver of joy and happiness but indifference) is a state of not-knowing where you seem to be floating on clouds of bliss, whereas the state of not-knowing coming from the rhythmic flow of it is more like if you are moved by clouds of bliss.

The rhythmic flow of the empty breath can be heard as a distant sound (see the paragraph The transparent sound of the empty breath) or felt inside the body (see the paragraph The swing of the empty breath), or sensed as if nobody is surfing two yin-yang like waves inside and outside the body (see the next paragraph).

Each of the non-definable circles inside the non-definable ball of the empty breath – see the previous illustration – consist of two yin-yang like looking waves (but without the two holes), that are not fixated and probably moves in sync with the breath – or rather the breath moves in sync with them. It is therefore not so much about following the extraction and contraction of the physical breath but the flow of the empty breath, which may feel like you are surfing the outside of the two yin-yang like waves more or less in sync with the physical breath. The colours in this image only have an illustrative purpose.

Surfing the empty breath
The illustration above to the right shows a very simplified simulation of the empty breath in which you are not able to see that the number of circles inside it is endless. Nor does it reflect that the empty breath has no definitive border or centre and each of the circles inside it contains two non-definitive waves like in the above image, that can be surfed. Please notice that although the waves look like the two parts of a yin-yang sign, they have no holes. And as they actually are colourless, the colours in the images and all the others this article only have an illustrative purpose.

When the body is expanded by the breath, you surf the outside of the yellow wave, that may start from the stomach and then go behind the body into the head (see a more detailed explanation of the different possibilities for the placement of the circles containing the waves in the above intro to the empty breath). From there you surf the outside of the blue wave in front of the body, while the breath is contracting the body until you come back to the abdomen or below it. That is if you are sensing the waves in a circle going from the back to the front of the body.

Besides surfing the waves in that circle, you can surf the waves in a circle going from the left to the right side of the body and in circles anywhere in between these. No matter what circle you are surfing, you mostly feel the waves in the circular movement outside the body.

It is not about being in total synch with the rhythm of the physical expansion and contraction of the body, neither does it matter if part of the circular movement is skipped. What matters is to follow the flow as it comes to you, as that makes you forget the physical breath so it can take care of itself without any interruption from you being stressed or trying to impose ideas of balance, tranquillity and whatnot upon it.

Maybe the most joyous way to surf the flow of the waves is to go the whole way around one of them and then continue going the entire way around the other one, more or less in alignment with the breath extracting and contracting the body. There may be more joyous ways revealed to you, when following the flow.

Alexius has never been surfing in the world of the outer senses, so that following the flow of the two yin-yang like waves feels like surfing them is an imagination of his.

You can also surf the opposite way than described in the above. Going counterclockwise tends to lessen physical awareness so this might speed up undoing the belief in being someone substantial in a tangible world. The same applies if the non-definable edges of the empty breath are not experienced to touch the body but pass it on top of the head and below the abdomen, as that means there is no relation to the body when surfing it.

Thus you are set free from the body (read more about this here), and the body is set free from you, so it can follow its biological system without you trying to control it based on the unfortunate belief in a body-mind connection, which is not possible. Just like you cannot import physical elements in a dream or vice versa. This does of course not mean, that you should refrain from consulting a qualified health care professional, who can assist in supporting the biological system of the body.

You cannot be someone definitive, when going with the flow of the empty breath, so the belief in being someone separated from the formlessness of that which is one is slowly but surely being undone.

As already said, there is no right way of being with the empty breath. Unlike in the world of the outer senses, where a wrong move can be fatal, there is no right way of going with the flow of the empty breath, so no need to bother about the right way of doing it. Besides going with the flow of the empty breath, you will soon be indifferent to what is right or wrong.

Going with the flow without knowing where and why.

Surfing the empty breath to feel good regardless the state of the body
Generally speaking, you will as already stated, mostly feel the flow of the waves in one circle – probably the one going from the back to the front of the body or the other way around – but you can also jump from circle to circle or feel them all simultaneously. It is not important. Neither is it essential to know all this.

As it takes more than one to feel something, it is only in a world where there seems to be more than one that feeling something is possible, so the more the belief in such a world is undone by the empty breath, the less you feel it.

Alexius was not aware of the empty breath in such a detailed way as described in this article before he started writing what the empty breath feels like and therefore took a closer look upon it. He usually just follows the flow without thinking about direction and whatnot, because in his case the flow mostly results in the sense of indifference.

But if you want, it is possible to be a bit more choosy than he generally is. Apparent problems with the past, or in the back, may benefit from being massaged by the empty breath through surfing both sides of a single wave in the back of you.

Should you need to be grounded, you could choose to surf all the way around a single wave passing through the abdomen or even lower in the direction from the back to the front of you, or the other way, or from side to side, or both of those waves, or any one or more waves in between.

Just like what you appear to be is nothing so is the empty breath, but unlike you, it has no need to conceal that by appearing to be something. Consequently nothing prevents it from being what and where it is most beneficial for you – even under your feet if that what it takes to make things work.

And if you feel the need to be intuitive or fact-minded (the right or left side of the brain), you could surf both of the waves passing the head from side to side in relation to it. The same, but around the chest, would be fine if it is hollow and seems to restrict the breath. That direction, but maybe around the head or stomach instead, is also very good in the case of vertigo, eventually combined with surfing the waves back and forth, where the waves may adjust themselves to go from feet to head.

In the case of a blocked abdomen, you surf a single wave down there in front of the body going sideways from right to left or the other way. You could also just surf back and forth the front of the wave. The size of the wave adjusts to the need for opening up the abdomen. Has sadness been hidden there, you may feel like crying. If so you take your time to do so and then return to the same part of the empty breath if that is where the flow calls for you to go.

It may also call for surfing a combination of single waves, for example interchange between surfing the wave at the abdomen and a single wave in front of you, that does not go sideways but from the head to stomach or the other way. Maybe surfing them simultaneously or maybe not just single waves but both waves in a circular movement around the abdomen and from the back and forth of you – or whatever combination that seems beneficial to you in regards to the problem.

The empty breath is extremely helpful in regards to alleviate allergy symptoms or other kinds of symptoms coming from IBS and COPD, for example. Not in the sense that it heals those things, but that it makes you indifferent to the state of the body and thus able to feel good regardless its state and therefore able support it without projecting fear upon it – read more about that here.

In the case of Alexius, the state of his body is far from good, so he speaks from personal experience when he says, that due to the indifference of the empty breath IBS and COPD, for example, are not something he needs to get over with so he can feel better, because everything is as it is. See also when he was saved by helicopter from the rainforest, even though he did not feel there was something to be saved from.

There are many possibilities for using the empty breath. Yet it is best not to use it but being used by it and to go with the flow as it comes to you because that sets the body free to heal itself. That is why it is so good in cases of psychosomatic disorders. Read more about that here. It is not commendable though to catch every detail about the empty breath in this article, as an intellectual understanding will not help you to feel the connectedness with the empty breath. On the contrary.

You cannot illustrate the inner breath, as it has no definitive form. This animation, however, may give you an idea about the ´structure´ of the inner breath and the high frequency of its inner movement, which seems to originate from an yin yang like curved line – not just as curved though. It feels like, it is the swing of this floating line that expands and contracts the body, so that it breathes in and out. Unlike an yin yang sign the inner breath is not a flat circle with a curved line, but rather a ball wherein the curved line swings upwards and downwards as well as sideways, forwards and backwards and everything in between. Unfortunately the animation is not able illustrate that, neither how slow the swing of it actually feels in the body. Even though it extremely active inside the ball, the experience of it is that it has all the time in the world to expand and contract the body.

It is not possible to illustrate the swing of the empty breath, because it has no definable form or movement. This animation, however, may give you an idea about how the swing of it feels as if it is coming from a non-definitive curved line, that is to be compared to the line in between the two forms of a yin-yang sign – but less curved. The swing of this line expands and contracts the body so that it breathes in and out. But unlike in a yin-yang sign the swing of the empty breath is not inside a flat circle but rather a non-definable ball, wherein there are many non-definable circles with each their own curved line. Depending on where one of these circles are experienced to be located in regards to the standard definitions of directions the swing of the empty breath is experienced to swing upwards and downwards, sideways, forwards and backwards or anywhere in between. Unfortunately, the animation is not really illustrating this, neither that though the swing of it is mighty, the experience of it may be that it is in no hurry to expand and contract the body.

The swing of the empty breath
What is said in the above about surfing the empty breath generally speaking also apply to feeling the swing of it, except that it is felt solely inside the body, where the movement of the non-definitive curved line between the two waves is sensed as a swing, that extracts and contracts the body in a steady rhythmic flow of breathing in and out. Due to the limited size of the body though, this line is felt less curved and probably also shorter than the line between the two waves described in the above.

The steady swing of the empty breath may seem to expand and contract the body slower than when you imagined being in charge of breathing. Yet the swing of the empty breath probably feels more powerful – so much indeed, that at first, it feels like the body does not have enough room for it. Maybe the break in between expansion and contraction also feels too long.

Just like surfing the empty breath can be done with any of the circles within the non-definitive borderline of the empty breath, the swing of it can be felt through the movement of the curved line floating in the middle of any one of these circles.

In other words, the curved line is not just pumping from the back to front in relation to the body but also up and down, from side to side and everywhere in between, as you may sense in the illustration to the left. Though you can feel all these directions simultaneously, it may be so foreign to you that you probably prefer following the swing of the empty breath in one circle at a time.

Alexius experiences the swing of the empty breath merged into one simultaneously movement, that feels like no movement at all, when listening to the opening of the opera ´Ahhnaten´ by Philip Glass.

If you experience the swing of the empty breath in all its directions simultaneously, the fusion of them at first feels as everything is spinning – see the speedy animation just below – but it quickly turns into a feeling of everything standing still – see the third image from here – so you feel breathless and the bliss of being indifferent to whatever you appear to be.

Connecting to the inner breath is fortunately not about perfection, as that requires much control and therefore blocks the inner breath to move on its own accord. The inner breath is always connected to you, but you cannot feel it if your purpose is to be someone definitive. In other words not being anybody the inner breath is not hidden. In fact it is very intense.

The swing of the empty breath is not felt as fast as the movements in this animation, but rather like a steady ongoing rhythm that with much force expands and contracts the body. Yet the resulting breath in the body is often very subtle and probably seems to be slower than you are used to – unlike the driving force behind the rhythm of the empty breath, that is a rush of energy within the non-definable ball of it. And even though the particles of this force is moving completely unstructured and at any speed, fast or slow – a bit like in this animation – it is such a relief to merge with this apparent chaos, as that prevents you from focussing on anything specific, so you feel like a fountain sparkling with joy.

The operator of the empty breath
Besides from feeling the swing of the empty breath or as if you are surfing on the outer sides of two yin-yang like waves in alignment with the extraction and contraction of the breath, you can also feel a constant rush of energy within the non-definable border of the empty breath. This chaotic energy at the root of the empty breath is not in line with the rhythm of the breath. Yet it is the force behind it. The feeling of it is a subtle sense of being here, there and everywhere or as if spinning through a world with no limits.

There are no rules, but it could very well be, that a take-off to ´the empty breath´ will take you to this aspect of the empty breath … and what a relief it is to float in chaos instead of having to fit into the rigid world of the outer senses.

Unlike the swing of the empty breath but like surfing its waves, this force is felt both inside and outside of the body. It is probably easier to feel its very subtle energy outside of the body because there the dense bodily feeling is not an obstacle. If you do not try to catch it, but go with its fleetness, it feels like you are a fountain of sparkling joy.

Sensing the operator of the empty breath outside of the body, you will automatically be taken inside, as the operator does not know one from the other. From there you may be transferred to the rhythmic flow of surfing or feeling the swing of the empty breath.

The apparent chaos at the root of the empty breath, where the operator of it resides and where you most likely land after igniting the empty breath, is therefore a good starting point, when you want to feel the rhythmic flow of the empty breath.

If you out of habit try to focus on the empty breath to hear the transparent sound of it (see the next paragraph) or feel its rhythmic flow, your effort to pinpoint it will fence it off. A more beneficial way to approach tits rhythmic flow and transparent sound of it is, therefore, to start in the chaos at the root of the empty breath – whether sensed in front or back of the body, on top of it or all around it – as that leaves nothing specifically for you to focus on, wherefore there is not something definitive blocking out hearing or feeling the rhythmic flow of the empty breath.

The transparent sound of the empty breath
Just like the rhythm of bass is not only heard but also felt in the body, so is the sound of the empty breath, which is like ´so´ when it expands the body and ´ham´ when contracting it.

Sometimes this rhythmic sound of ´so-ham´ seems to come from the nose and sometimes from an undefined space in the back of the head. But since there does not seem to be any boundaries, the sound neither is experienced to be inside or outside the head. At other times it seems to come from a distant space outside the body as if the breath has nothing to do with your appearance in a body.

Feeling the sound of the empty breath is not a compelling experience like feeling the rhythm of bass, because it cancels out the feeling of being in a specific body – as if there is no definable border between the body and its apparent surrounding. A sofa, for example, does not seem to differ from the body sitting in it.

This is basically due to the brain not being able to create a conscious experience of the signals it claims to receive from the sensory system of the body, when you are connected with the empty breath (read more about that here), wherefore there is nobody to divide them into judgments of inside and outside, good and bad, high and low, me and them and so on. Hence the apparent differences in the experience of in a world where there seems to be more than one do not appear to make a difference.

Since this means there is nothing to define such a world, it becomes obvious it is not real but a fantasy made from out of nothing. But just like the reality in the world of a game is the same whether you believe it to be real or not, the reality of a world where there seems to be more than one remains the same, when you sense it is an illusion. Your relation with it, however, is forever changed. There is nobody to believe you are someone definitive there because it is something you pretend (see hack #1.4 Pretending to be someone definitive).

Do not get attached to the rhythm of the empty breath, because the feeling of the rhythm is related to the body, so it stops when the body ends.

Since a rhythm has a beginning and an end, it is best not to get attached to the rhythm of the empty breath as it manifests in the swing or transparent sound of the empty breath, as otherwise it is the end of you when the body stops to function. In that moment it is better to merge with the indifference of the empty breath or the non rhythmic and very chaotic energy in the operator of empty breath, so that there is not something specific to stop the enlightenment of that which is one from absorbing the nothingness of you.

Via the transparent sound of the empty breath, you may naturally float into glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, which the visual-minded will experience as visions of light and the auditory minded as ethereal harmonies. If you are more emotional minded, you may feel the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises or taste the sweetness of life.

These glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, for example, the visual aspect of it, will merge into one, if not interpreted as something specific. Hence there is no experience of that which is you being different from that which is one, so nothing seems to hide there never was or will be more than the formlessness of oneness.

The empty breath is not an appearance that can be manifested by the manipulating the physical breath or by exercising any other form of control.

Hearing or feeling the empty breath is not something that can be provoked by the execution of specific exercises. It is the other way around. When you are not looking for something specific, the empty breath can move on its own accord.

A bicycle has nothing to do with the place, it is transporting you to.

This is not to say, that techniques cannot be helpful in regards to tone down the experience of you as someone definitive so that the apparent existence of you in the tangible world fabricated by the brain does not seem to be a fact but make-believe. Unfortunately most forget, that techniques have nothing to do with what they seem to accomplish. Just like a remote control have nothing to do with the music it triggers.

As the connection with the empty breath is a state of not-knowing there is no awareness of separation. Hence the apparent difference between past, now and future or you and Alexius does not make a difference.

It is not possible to illustrate the inner breath in its totality. This yon yang animation (please abstract from the holes) though may give you an idea of the simultaneously movement of the two waves inside the inner breath.

The connectedness with the empty breath is a state of not-knowing
Alexius does not really know what the connectedness with the empty breath feels like because it is a state of not-knowing. However, for the purpose of writing about it, he had many short moments of the empty breath ignited, so that he from the vague memories of those could write what it felt like.

If the resulting descriptions seem patchy and confusing, you can use the disorientation to ignite a take-off to the empty breath. See Take-offs to ´the empty breath´Where to find ´the empty breath´ and How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´.

The empty breath is not only to be experienced within its border, because it has no specific border, so if you are experiencing it somewhere else, you have really become indifferent to the belief in being someone definitive, because only as such would you expect to experience it somewhere specific.

Remember that just like the experience of an orgasm is a very personal thing, so is the experience of the connectedness with the empty breath, even though what you experience is not personal and that you actually have no consciousness about it, since the connection is established half a second before a conscious experience of you as someone definitive is fabricated by the brain. Read more about that here.

In the resulting state of not-knowing what and where you are, which lasts until you insist that the apparent differences registered by the brain make a difference and you, therefore, must be someone separated from what you see. Until then there is nobody to experience, how blissful it is not believing to be someone definitive.

In other words, the feelings of the empty breath are memories, that pop up when you again believe to be someone definitive. And as memories are based on a very personal selection, your memories may be coloured in another way than in the above descriptions based on the memories of Alexius.

Haven chosen not to be in control, the empty breath automatically guides you. It can be compared to driving a car in automatic gear, which works regardless you are aware of it or not. In other words, when having connected with the empty breath, you do not have to always remember it. Yet you must remember not to use manual gears,* which can take some time getting used to, as you probably are used to considering yourself as self-made. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Keeping a balance between inner and outer senses or anything else has nothing to do with spirituality since it is that which is one and it takes more than one to be in balance. In a world where there seems to more than one, however, it works great having the empty breath balance the world of the outer and inner senses, so that glimpses of enlightenment** from the world of the inner senses become the foundation of how the world of the outer senses is perceived, namely as an illusion.

Thus you relate to the world of the outer senses in the same manner you relate to a game like Monopoly, for example. It is not real but yet you have fun pretending that it is.

The empty breath facilitate the synchronisation of the outer and the inner senses, so that what is experienced to be a world outside of you is not perceived to differ from the one experiencing it.

This is not to say that spirituality is inside, but that with the outer senses partially closed it is easier to grasp that a world where there seems to be more than one is an imagination used to hide the spirituality of that which is one. With this insight as the basis for your appearance in the world of the outer senses, it can be quite fun pretending to be someone there – just like within the context of this world pretending to be someone in the illusionary world of a video game is fun, because you know it is not real.

Introducing the empty breath
The first full article about the empty breath in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, namely Take-offs to ´the empty breath´, is all about how to connect with it, so your own experience of the empty breath becomes your introduction to it. That article, however, came as quite a surprise to Alexius. Not because he is not familiar with the empty breath. On the contrary, it seems to be the reason he is having such an effortless life in the world of the outer senses. Yet, he is so used to it, that he did not envisage it as something to write about.

And neither is there much to write about because the empty breath cannot be sensed by reading but by not breathing yourself and instead to have the empty breath expand and contract your body on its own accord. If the lack of control seems scary to you, you can use this uncertainty to ignite a take-off to the empty breath, whereafter there is nobody left to care about control. See the previous article How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´.

The empty breath is amongst other things triggered by not being exclusive and therefore inclusive***, as the apparent differences in the world of the outer senses do not make a difference when being inclusive. That is, if not everything is included because if it is the contrast of inside and outside is no more, which means there is no separation to hide, there never was and never will be no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

Hence that which is you has and is everything, wherefore there is no need for anything, neither the empty breath.

But most likely there are thoughts and feelings you forget or do not want to include – maybe because you judge them to be evil – and so you still appear to be something definitive, but not as certain about it as before. This crack in your personality is enough for the empty breath to be able to work on its own accord and start undoing the belief in being someone definitive.

Happy or sad
At first, it may feel as if the empty breath is too slow to supply you with all the air, that you feel is needed for breathing. But when you do not override the flow of it*, which does not has to be adjusted to the physical breathing, everything is just fine, and you are guided to the world of the inner senses.

If you in the past have blocked out feelings of for instance humiliation, rejection and inferiority by hiding them in the body, these feelings are intensely felt, when connecting with the empty breath, as the flow of it unblocks everything .

But if you do not try to exclude the unpleasant feelings from the past, and instead include them by totally being them, you will not only feel sad but also happy – or rather none of them, as the inclusion of one side of a contrast cancels out both sides. In other words, you are in a state of not-knowing, which is like walking on air.

The cancel out of a contrast, that comes from completely being one side of it, for example being rejected, is not to be confused with embracing the feeling of rejection, going into it or any other kind of doing something.

Totally feeling sad and being nothing else, there is no happiness to contrast sadness, wherefore none of those feelings can be defined. Consequently there is not something specific experienced and thus nobody experiencing anything specific. This emptiness, which is a sense of bliss so intense, that nothing seems to be wrong or missing, is in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings called a state of not-knowing. Those ideas are born from the belief, that you are someone definitive experiencing something specific, wherefore embracing or going into something enhances this and thus fences off the cancellation of the contrast rejected / cherished, because what you belief to be is founded on contrasts.

Totally being a feeling is not something definitive, as it cancels out the contrast to the feeling you are being and thus also that, so none of them can be defined. Consequently there is nothing to define the one being nothing, so if you do not want to be nobody but somebody, you start asking what being a feeling means or inventing explanations yourself instead of being it.

It could also be that it feels as if you do not have enough room for the empty breath or that it is more painful than joyful, especially if you in the past have excluded specific feelings by projecting them onto obscure parts of the body, for example the muscle named psoas, where fear, worries and frustrations often are stored away.

Hence psoas and its corresponding muscle the diafragma may have become too weak to freely move with the flow of the empty breath so that it seems the empty breath makes you tense and not relaxed. But if you do not look forward to a specific experience, you will be indifferent to being tense or relaxed.

When someone gets hurt in a movie, that you are watching, you may also feel hurt. That is why the movie seems real. But because you know it is an illusion, it seems exciting to be hurt. This is how it is to be connected with the empty breath. Though the world seems to be real, you know it is not, and so its apparent ups and downs are equally enjoyable.

The indifference of the empty breath sets you free from the need of being free or anything else
Looking forward to the expansion and contraction of the empty breath moving totally freely without any bodily restriction is a waste of time. First of all, you will not be able to enjoy the flow of it, if you are looking forward to a specific way of feeling it. Secondly, the expansion and contraction of the empty breath may never be experienced to flow totally unhindered by the body.

The connection with the empty breath is generally not felt to be complete. No worries. It is not about perfection but purpose. If your purpose is to undo the belief en being someone definitive, the empty space of the empty breath take on the function of an automatic gear, that shifts between the inner and outer senses, so that this belief is being undone, while you enjoy the excitement of appearing to be someone definitive.

There is no perfection in a world where there seems to be more than one, because there is no such world, as that which is one is formless and therefore endless. Thus keeping up the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one requires much focus and control so that your experience of a world where there seems to be more than one constantly can be adjusted so that it is in balance with what you believe to be.

Focus, control, balance and any kind of adjustment, however, is counterproductive in regards to the empty breath, that has no specific form or centre and totally moves on its own accord.

Nothing can restrict the empty breath, because it has no need to be something definitive. Yet believing to be someone definitive is a restriction, that will cause the experienced of the empty breath to seem confined.

To undo your belief in being someone definitive it does not need to flow unhindered in and out of your apparent substantial body. It does not know of restraint since that is a concept related to freedom, and restraint, as well as freedom, only makes sense if you believe to be someone definitive.

In other words, as the empty breath is not something definitive, it has nothing to be free from and no need to be acknowledged in a specific way. It is what it is, in spite of you experiencing the expansion and contraction of it to flow smoothly or not – or remembering it at all.

You do not even have to remember the empty breath to have an easy life. Yet you must remember not to forget, that your intention is to not be someone definitive, so that you do not override* the flow of the empty breath in order to appear as if you are special.

It is you, who do not feel free, because you are dependent on constantly being acknowledged as someone definitive by somebody perceived to be outside of you in a physically, astral or online world so that it feels as if you are alive. The feeling of imprisonment that this entails, you want to break out off, and as you assume the empty breath just like you is something definitive, you expect it has the same desire for freedom as you.

You may believe in free will, but it is nothing than a believe. Appearing to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, it is the brain that takes every decision you believe to make, except when connected with the empty breath. But as it does not know of the world where you believe to be, it does not change anything but the belief that you are there.

And not believing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, it does not seem to hide, there is no free will, since it takes more than one to make a choice and there is no more than that which is one, as it is formless and therefore endless.

Fortunately, there is not something to solve and no feeling of imprisonment to heal, because going with the flow of the empty breath – no matter in what way it is experienced to be – you go with its indifference, and so the apparent difference of feeling free or not makes no difference.

Connectedness with the empty breath comes from choosing not to choose, so that this auto pilot supplied by the oneness of life can take over.

The rhythmic flow of the empty breath may be heard as a rhythmic sound experienced to come from the back head. Yet the experience of a head is very distinct. It is rather like there is nothing than the rhythmic sound – or as if it is not coming from you at all but from somewhere indefinable. This sound, that you do not do anything to produce and that can be compared to the sound of saying Soham, seems to originate from the sixth chakra (third eye) – not from the chakra in the forehead though but in the back of the head – see in the illustration to the right.

This illustration is from the book Healing Hands by Barbara Ann Brennan, whose knowledge about aura and chakras does not seem to be second-hand. Aura and chakras, however, are not part of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, as they often are used to escape feelings of alienation through spaced out illusions of spiritual grandeur instead of undoing the cause of alienation, which is the belief in being someone definitive.

When the energy of this part of the sixth chakra, that is located in the back of the head a little lower than the illustration seems to imply, is going clockwise you will mostly experience the world of the outer senses to be troublesome, but counter-clockwise you are upgraded to a more laid-back version of it, where it seems easier not to be in control but go with the guidance of the empty breath. If the energy is stagnated the empty breath seems to be out of reach, and you may unconsciously be fixated in a mental pattern, that you carry out very strong-willed.

This image found on Facebook shows the common misunderstanding, namely that life is yours, where as reality it is the other way around and if you try to edit life, you will suffer.

This image, that is found on the web, shows a very common misunderstanding, namely that life is yours. In reality, it is the other way around, so the more you try to edit life in order to appear unique, the more suffering your uniqueness seems to cause you.

It is you, it is you who have chosen the direction of the energy in the chakra and also to clog it, if that is the case. Hence it is only you who can change it.

If the energy in the back of the chakras is not clogged, you are like a river going back to its source. In other words, you do not have a will of your own, unless one or more of the chakras in the back of the body are clogged. So if you want to control how the world of the outer senses is experienced in order to edit it into your own personal story, you want to freeze the energy in the back of the chakras.

In other words, you devote your awareness to the personal will in the front of the chakras and clog the transpersonal will in the back of the chakras by not given them any attention at all.

That goes without saying that neither do you want the transpersonal flow of the empty breath to be the basis for your life in the world of the outer senses, until you acknowledge, that you do not know what is in your best interest.

Collecting specific thoughts to fabricate an interesting personality in order not to be nobody but somebody is not a problem in itself. It is the belief, that the body represents this construction of thoughts, that fences off the enlightenment of that which is one. This is not to say that the body needs to be refined by yoga or something else to not block out the enlightenment of that which is one. The state of the body is not important in regards to the enlightenment of that which is one, because all that is needed to bid it welcome is to for just a split second completely forget what and where you believe to be. Even though a car is not you, it is taken care of as it is. Likewise, you also take care of the body, as if it is you even though it is not you but a fantasy made from out of empty space. A NOTE ABOUT ALEXIUS:
Alexius has and partly still have blockages in the body, that seems to prevent the flow of the empty breath. Yet that is not so, and if it seems so, that is because we try to block out specific feelings in order to uphold the belief that we are someone special.

But since that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one, it is not possible to become someone special in a specific body. Yet it is possible to imagine this – just like within the context of such an imagination it is possible to fool yourself to such an extent that the experience of you as a hero in a virtual world of a video game blocks out the world outside of it. In other words, it is the imagination of you as someone definitive, that blocks out the formlessness of that which is you.

Fortunately he has never been very good in upholding the appearance of being someone unique, and as it only takes one moment, where we forget what and where we are, to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, he long time ago became someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

The enlightenment of that which is one – and no philosophy or religion – is the sole basis for Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. The voice behind them comes from a non-physical entity that Alexius calls Gudruång and whom he in the context of a world where there seems to be more than one seem to be a physical extension of.

Take-off to the empty breath

You can use anything that seems to speed you up – whether it appears to be positive or negative – as a take-off to the empty breath. The animation is grabbed from Ello.

Success as well as failure in the world of the outer senses tends to speed up thoughts and feelings, which is counterproductive in regards to feeling relaxed. Some therefore try to escape these thoughts and feelings through for example meditation, even though it most often has the opposite effect, namely the generation of more thoughts and feelings.

The abstractness of the empty breath

The sensations hitting the senses are the same, whether they seem to result in an abstract or definable world. But you cannot sense the abstract world of the inner senses, if you believe the world defined by time and space, that the brain constructs from the sensations it claims to receive from the senses, is all there is. If you do not try to control or stop the speed of thoughts and feelings in order to uphold an image of you as someone substantial in the world of the outer senses, there is nothing to support the idea, that reality is definable. Thus the empty breath can synch the apparent tangible world of the outer senses with the abstractness of the inner ones.

As this makes the abstractness of the inner senses the foundation for how you are perceived you as someone definitive, the differences that seem to define you as separated from others are no longer categorised into something that makes a difference. Thus you are in a state of not-knowing, which is like being on cloud 9.

The fastest way to not be bothered by speedy thoughts and feelings is to not interfere with the speed of them, so their uncontrolled raw power ignites a take-off to the empty breath, which immediately takes you across an invisible bridge to the high-frequency world of the inner senses, where the speed from the low-frequency world of the outer senses, that brought you there, does not appear as something causing stress.

Since the empty breath is indifferent to differences – for example good and bad – it is fenced off, if you try to organise the speediness of thoughts and feelings into something useable for making the world a better place.

That is if you did not try to prevent the take-off to the empty breath by struggling to bring order into the chaos of thoughts and feeling and prevent them from going here, there and everywhere because the empty breath is everywhere.

You can die from not being able to control a car that you are driving at high speed, but only the ego dies if not controlling the speed of thoughts and feelings – and without it the empty breath takes over.

In other words, what seems to be too much speed for your wellbeing in the world of the outer senses works great as a take-off to the empty breath, that automatically synchronise the outer and inner senses in a way so the world of the inner senses become the foundation for how the world of the outer senses is perceived.

And since the world of the inner senses vibrates at a very fast frequency, experiencing speedy thoughts and/or feelings in the low-frequency world of the outer senses do not seem disturbing when perceived from the high-frequency world of the inner senses. On the contrary. It is like walking on air.

The empty breath takes off from the outer senses into the inner ones

Except for the inner and outer sense of sight, it is the same sensory organs, that pick up for the world of the inner senses as well as for the world of the outer senses. The difference between the two worlds is that the data received by inner senses remains unprocessed by the brain, so the world evolving from them seems abstract, contrary to the world of the outer senses, which consist of the same data processed and fabricated by the brain into an experience of you as someone definitive in a world defined by time and space. As it takes the brain a second to produce this experience of you as someone substantial in a tangible world, what you experience to be and see now is the past. The animation is grabbed from the web.

The world of the inner senses is heard, felt and tasted with the same organs that hear, feel and taste the world of the outer senses, so the differentiation between inner and outer senses does not refer to them being different organs, but that the abstract world of the inner senses seems to be inside, as the frequencies of nothingness hitting the senses have not yet been processed by the brain into a conscious experience of you as someone tangible in a substantial world, that appears to be outside of you.

The world of the inner senses, therefore, consists of nothing but the raw data hitting the senses. The abstractness of this, however, is always more or less coloured by the world of the outer senses, because there is no abstractness to experience without someone to experience it. In other words, although the image fabricated by the brain of you as someone definitive is downplayed, when experiencing the world of the inner senses, it is still in play. Thus the world of the inner senses is coloured by your personality.

The empty breath does not come from consciousness

The abstractness in the world of the inner senses cannot be experienced without partly being conscious of the image fabricated by the brain of you as someone definitive, because the experience of something requires there is someone to experience it. That is why the empty breath synchs the world of the inner and outer senses in such a way that part of you still believes to be someone definitive. Only the enlightenment of that which is one erases that belief completely. The empty breath and the other duality hacks have a more gradual approach so that you can enjoy the belief in being someone definitive while having it undone. The animation is grabbed from the web.

So even though the world of the inner senses actually is colourless, you may believe to see colours and other things in it based on your memories from the world of the outer senses, that is full of colours and other apparently exciting things the brain has fabricated from the raw data, it claims to receive from the senses. If you do not believe to be in the world defined by time and space, that the brain uses one second to construct from the unprocessed frequencies of the inner senses, this second of unprocessed data is extended.

But not believing to be someone in a world defined by time and space is not something you can decide, because that enhances the belief that you are someone definitive. No worries. The empty breath takes care of that, if you do not interfere with it, or at least have the willingness to be guided by it, which realistically speaking means to acknowledge, that you are not willing to be guided.

If you insist in opening up to the empty breath in your own way and pace, you are fencing it off, because only in a world defined by time and space is there something to open up to.

The empty breath is beyond meaning

If you want to connect with the empty breath, do not try to collect data from this article into something meaningful, but go with confusion and uncertainty you may feel from reading it. The animation is grabbed from Ello.

Being guided by the empty breath is not the same as you do nothing because doing nothing also enhances the belief in being someone definitive. It is the same, however, as nothing is being done by you.

Please do not try to process what you are reading now in order to make it fit into the understanding, you have established of what you believe to be, but keep going with the speed of thoughts and/or emotions that are popping up, so the uncontrolled speed of them ignites a take-off to the empty breath.

That takes less time than reading this paragraph about it and feels like the body is effortlessly replaced by emptiness, which may last for a split second or up to 20 minutes, 45 at most. See INTRO TO HACK #4.4, ´The empty breath´ and the bliss of not believing to be someone.

No effort has to be made for this to occur. On the contrary. It happens automatically when no effort is made to control thoughts and feelings because when not hold back, they are like a river rushing back to its source. It is not that which is one though, as it cannot be the source of anything since that requires more than one. For the same reason, that which is one can neither be found or returned to.

So the source, that the river of thoughts and feelings return to, is the empty space outside of oneness in which a world where there seems to be more than one is imagined to be. See also the article Duality is a simulated reality on top of non-duality.

To ask if indifference brings about the empty breath or indifference is brought about by the empty breath is like asking, if it is the chicken or the egg that comes first.

The empty breath is nothing but emptiness

It is only in a substantial world like the one where you believe to be, that things appear to have a definitive shape and a centre. Emptiness has no centre, neither has the empty breath because it is nothing but emptiness. The animation is grabbed from the web.

Being centred is not required for connecting with the empty breath
The new age ideas about being still, centred and whatnot are not gonna help you in regards to taking off to the empty breath, as those ideas are based on excluding something, which only can be carried out by exercising control and the empty breath is all about going with the flow.

Yet the connectedness with the empty breath automatically results in stillness – or rather the absence of it as well as the absence of noise – because the empty breath is indifferent to the apparent contrasts in the world of the outer senses. Hence they are cancelled out. That being said, as contrasts must be acknowledged in order to be cancelled out, there may at first be a phase where one of the sides in a contrast, for example noise, seems very annoying.

Be aware, a take-off to the empty breath will only work to the extent, that you are not occupied with being or having more in a so-called spiritual, mental, emotional or materialistic way.

Confusion functions great as a take-off to the empty breath

If you want to use speedy thoughts and feelings as a take-off to the empty breath, you better be less engaged in using them for being and/or having more, which is not done by excluding the desire for more but by including it as it is.**

When included, the desire cannot be defined as a yearning for more of something specific like for example more energy, power, money, love, freedom or wisdom. Thus nothing specific is desired, wherefore there is no need to organise thoughts and feelings in a way, that makes them useful for achieving something specific. Consequently, they can move in their own chaotic and speedy way, which is exactly what ignites a take-off to the empty breath.

Any tension in the body (for example hay fever) or emotion (for example anger) can be used as a take-off to the empty breath. This is as easy as to follow the flow of erotic energy into a specific part of your body, where it builds up until it explodes and you feel released.

But just like the rain does not stop when using an umbrella, tensions and emotions may still seem to be there, when connected with the empty breath. Due to its indifference, however, nothing seems disturbing

Anything upsetting can be used as a take-off to the empty breath
Any intense meeting or experience can be used as a take-off to the empty breath, for example, excessive sex. Feeling depressed also works fine, provided there is no attempt to edit it or suppress it with food or in any other way hang onto it in order to enhance the belief in being someone definitive.

Yet it is never too late to use the frustration, that clinging on to something entails, as a take-off to the empty breath. Pain can also be used for this, where after it just like depression or any addiction, vanishes in a puff of nothingness from your awareness.

Uncontrolled speed automatically ignites a take-off to the empty breath

The more something seems to speed up inside or outside of you without you trying to make sense out of it, the less you experience yourself to be substantial. Hence the empty breath, which is empty space talking, can fill you up.* The graphic is grabbed from the web.

A take-off to the empty breath may be experienced as if it is ignited in the top of the head, so instead of trying to get upsetting thoughts and feelings out of it by justifying them with the world, let them accumulate there until the gentle explosion of them extends out of the head and the operator of the empty breath welcomes you by expanding the body with empty space*, so it does not seem to be substantial and therefore not to differ from the empty space, that is used to make it appear as if it is substantial.*

But it could also have been in the swing of the empty breath, which physically speaking is experienced to be an engine located in the gut. The empty breath is a state of not-knowing

Since the connectedness with the empty breath is a state of not-knowing, there is nobody to know how blissful it is not to believe you are someone definitive. But as the connectedness with the empty breath is a state of not-knowing – also called a perfect moment in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings – there is nobody to know that you are connected with it. Thus the feeling of it, as described in What does ´the empty breath´ feel like? and other articles about the empty breath is based on vague memories of it popping up when returning to the consciousness of being someone in a world defined by time and space.*

Should you feel a bit frustrated from reading this article about how to connect with the empty breath, thinking it lacks a decent introduction and precise explanation of what it is and feels like, use the frustration as a take-off to the empty breath and feel a big smile expanding your body or as if you are one big fountain of joy. There is no right way to feel the empty breath, so just go with the flow as it comes to you.

At first, it may not be felt it in the exciting ways described especially in the article What does ´the empty breath´ feel like?. It may not be felt at all, because its main attribute is indifference (see The empty breath´ undoes all conditioning). Yet not feeling the stress, that comes from the excitement of believing to be someone definitive, is a big relief.

The above way to connect with the empty breath is deduced from Alexius´ connection with it, and since its one and the only real feature is to undo the belief in being someone definitive, this will going to work for everybody believing to be so. That is if there is a wish to have this belief undone.

How Alexius ended up deducing ways of taking off to the empty breath, as described in hack #4.3 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing, he does not know. But from testing the take-offs before writing about them, he knows that anything which seems to irritate or excite him can be used to ignite a take-off the empty breath, whether he sits in a bus, walk down a noisy street or whatnot.

Also, there is no need to repeat a mantrapollute the air with incense, having positive thoughts, being in the now, special surroundings or with special people in order to take-off to the empty breath. Neither to stop thoughts, in fact, they are the fuel for the take-off.

There is one thing though that is needed, namely willingness to not be someone definitive. This willingness paves the way for not being a vessel for the self, that the brain processes from out of nothing, but instead to be a vessel for the selfless unprocessed nothingness where the empty breath resides, which you can read much more about this in the next article Where to find the bliss of ´the empty breath´.

Failure may be the greatest success

In a land long time forgotten, there was a wise old man, who was said to know the way to the enlightenment of that which is one. A young man, who dreamed of this, travelled for months through the country until he finally succeeded in finding the old man in an obscure place far from everything. He asked, the old if he could show him the way to the enlightenment of that which is one, and the old man answered: »No problem if you are willing to work for it«.

»Of course«, said the young man, who was very eager to get started, but a little surprised when the old man asks him to dig a ditch around his house. He assumed the old man was poor so that if he would do it for free, all secrets would be revealed for him.

He, therefore, did his best to impress the old man, but it was not easy. The old man kept saying, the work was not good enough, it could be much better, the ditch should be much deeper and so on. When the old man at long last seemed to be satisfied, the young one thought, now he would be rewarded for all his hard work.

Expecting something for something
For about a week the young man patiently waited for the old man to show his appreciation. Though old man said nothing he treated the old man with much respect, thinking that the better he could make the old man feel, the more he would reveal. For weeks the old man did not approach the young man at all, until one day he quietly asked him to fill up the ditch again.

The young man freaked out and started to wonder, if the old man really was a wise man, but he decided to see what would happen, if he did what he was told – and so he filled up the ditch in such a way, that you could hardly see, there ever had been one.

The award appeared shitty
The young man was very proud of his work, and when the old man asked him to meet in his house exactly one hour later, he thought, now all secrets will be revealed to me. So he opened the door to the house with a big smile on his face. It did very last very long though because the old man threw a bucket of cow shit down on the young man from his hiding place above the door. The young man got angrier than ever before in his life – especially as he through the shit saw, how amazed the old man was.

Furiously he left the old man, thinking he had wasted months of his precious life with this sadistic man, who knew nothing about the enlightenment of that which is one. After some time, however, he felt like coming back, and so one more time he asked the old man to teach him the secret way to the enlightenment of that which is one.

Again the old man said yes and gave him one meaningless assignment after the other. A year or more went on like this, and when the old man one day again threw a bucket of cow shit on the young man, he quietly looked at the old man with a happy smile beneath the shit.

The young man did not feel young anymore, neither old. And he was no more looking for secrets to be revealed in the future. He was not looking for anything at all, neither did he assume, that he in any way had done or was anything special. All his ideas were gone. He was empty, and in the emptiness, he saw nothing, so there was not something to hide the enlightenment of that which is one.

Failure may be the greatest success
In the above, Alexius may have mixed two old satsang* stories, that he heard as a young man. At that time he considered them to be typical guru stories out of touch with modern life, because he was still into using life instead of being used by it.

In the eyes of the world, he has had a very successful life. In the past years, however, everything seems to fall apart. There is nothing inside of him, no ´I´ with a need to have or do anything that seems useful, neither no power to do something about it. In fact no power of his at all. This apparent failure though may be his biggest success.**

Alexius has no more to live up to. All expectations are gone. He is a just a medium for the formlessness of oneness, which is a power with no powers, as that requires more than one.


*) Satsang is a Hindi word meaning to be in the company of truth, which in the context of my non-teaching is nonsense, as to be something requires more than one and truth is that which is one. In other words, it is just another fabricated state of mind in a world where there seems to be more than one, that is used to hide there is no more than one.

**) This paragraph of the above article regarding what a relief it is to have nothing inside reflects the personality of Alexius, but it does not necessarily apply to your personality. Having nothing inside is as much an illusion as anything else in the world, so if the illusion of having everything inside and lots of success in the world seems to your ´way´ by all means go for it.

What it boils down to is that all illusions are symbols of that which is real. It takes more than one to become one, when you believe to be and have more than that which is one

The visual aspect of enlightenment of that which is one can be compared to closing all apps on a computer including the one simulating the desktop. Without the appearance of a desktop, there is nothing to hide the light, that is used to simulate a world on the screen.

The aspect of enlightenment of that which is one, that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises, can be compared to the humming from the fan or the engine in a computer. You can hear this vibration all the time – especially if you do not look at the screen or listen to the sounds of the world simulated by the computer.

Though the light behind the desktop and the distant humming are the means for fabricating a simulated reality on the computer screen, they are not part this simulated world, so if you want to see or hear what is powering the world that appears on the screen, you must do what is needed to stop that world.

This is a metaphor to say that you have to undo the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one in order not to hide the enlightenment of that which is one, that is already there.

PART 2:
The apparent power of the ego comes from the mutual agreement, that it is possible to be and have more than the formlessness of that which is one. As any belief requires more than one and therefore enhances the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, those believed to be on a spiritual path also follow the ego,

Alexius is the non-teacher of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, but he is also its non student – and vice versa. No others are needed in order to undo of the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

Yet being and having more than that which is one is not possible, since oneness is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than that which is one. It seems, however, possible to believe that it is possible to be and have more than the formlessness of oneness and that you are someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. In order to hold this belief together, everybody must agree to it, because it only takes one to undo the belief that there is more than that which is one.

When believing to be someone definitive, you all the time need the experience of others. Whether they appear to be in an online, physical or astral world does not actually matter, because the experience of them is manufactured by the brain, that is conditioned in accordance with the belief, that you are someone definitive.

If you need time to process this, you consent to the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, because processing something as well as taking your time requires more than one. For the same reason, there is no support to get in undoing the belief, that there is more than that which is one.

Leave the body

If you want to be free from worries and troubles, the belief that you are in the body must be undone. The obsession with it – the look and performance you expect from it – causes much trouble. And the few moments of pleasure is hard work.

To be free from worries is not the same as to be happy. Happiness is part of the circle of worrying. First you worry about how to become happy, and when you become happy you worry about loosing it.

To leave your body is to not be involved in its survival and well-being. It has the capacity to do that itself. In fact, it is built to be self-sufficient, which it is very good at. That is, if you do your very small part and not interfere with the rest. If so, it will digest the food you put in the mouth and make sure its partnership with the gravity will keep you from falling off the planet – and produce new bodies.

In other words, leaving your body does not mean, that you stop putting food into the mouth or stop brushes its teeth and so on. You do what you can do to help it – for example taking it to the doctor. But you do not try to control it. Instead, you rely on the body to do its things at its own accord.

How to leave your body, so it can do its own thing without interference?
You cannot decide to leave the body, and you cannot know, what it is not to be in it when you believe you are a body. In other words, you cannot imagine, what it is to not be in a body as long as you are identified with it. But you can stop imagining that you are in a body, and so you are out of it.

´Out of the body´ may not be such a good way to put it, because it implies, that you are part of it. The body is not part of a coat it is wearing, and you are not part of the body you are using. It is outside of you – and even though it seems to be outside of you, you are not inside it. You are that which is one, and oneness has no sides.

To leave your body is to accept it as it is, and not use mind power to make it do things it is not geared to do. A body and a coat are not meant to be mixed but to remain separated – nor is the body and you. When separated they function well together.

Another way to leave the body is to care very much about someone or something else, for example, a pet or a video game.

Leaving your body will not make you happy, but it will make you very light-footed.


NOTES: 

The enlightened does not believe but pretend to be someone specific

Who is looking for food but those with an empty stomach. And who is looking for enlightenment, but those feeling empty. Unfortunately most try to fill this the emptiness with something of a pleasurable nature like for example bliss. But nothing can fill this emptiness, because it is an imagination based on the belief, that you are someone specific in a world defined by time and space, and that which is you is formlessness of oneness, so that is not possible.

That is why you are bound to feel empty, if believe to be someone specific. The solution to feeling empty is therefore not to fill up the emptiness, but to undo belief in being someone definitive.

An enlightened (in the sense of the enlightenment of that which is one) never asks ´who am I?´, because there is no doubt there is no more than that which is one and therefore not a world where there seems to be more than one – regardless it appears to be astral and whatnot. Consequently the enlightened has no need for communities, discussions, so-called interesting exchanges or dialogues, sending love or anything else to make it appear, as if there is someone specific there. The enlightened does not believe but pretend to be someone.

Even though in a dream you may sense, that it´s a dream, you can only see the dream. The dream must be terminated to see the dreamer.

Gurus and others talking about silence, inner peace and bliss are trying to seduce you into believing, that they know how to find shelter from the world – or how to transcend it. But how can they claim, there is something to find in a world, they also say is an illusion or a dream? Everything found in a dream is of course equally illusionary, no matter if it seems to be found inside or outside of an appearance there or whether it is judged to be pure or whatnot.

Although the dreamer cannot be seen in the dream, everything in it symbolises the dreamer
The foundation of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings is that a world where there seems to be more than one is to be compared to a dream or a movie – in other words, it is an illusion! This is possible to sense, just like when you – within the illusion of a world where there seems to be more than one – have a dream and for a moment sense it is not real.

Regardless the distances and the apparent different persons in a dream, there are no distances and no differences at all. Everything is in the dreamer, so no matter where you appear to be in the dream you are with the dreamer. It is only the belief in its realty, that separates you from each other.

This does not mean, that you in such a moment see what is real, but that you sense the unreality of a world where there seems to be more than one. What is real you cannot see, as there is nothing real in an illusion, no matter what you seem to think, feel experience or read – included Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. But if can you sense, what you think is you is nothing but a fleeting appearance be in a dream, it is likely that the dreamer of it is real.

Reality though is not something definitive. It is formless and much more energetic than you can ever imagine in the dream of a world defined by time and space. Millions of atomic bombs exploding at one time are nothing compared to the formless energy of that which is one.

It is one perpetual present at an unimaginable speed – so fast that there is no difference to see and nobody has the time to see anything. That is why nothing is happening in the formlessness of oneness. See the appendix in What is unreal is right in front of you.

Alexius is speaking from vague memories of the enlightenment of that which is one, where the dream of a world defined by time and space is no more and therefore neither Alexius to experience something. That is why – apart from the certainty that there is no more than that which is one and therefore not a world where there seems to be more than one – he only has vague memories of it.

If you seem to see separated appearances defined by time and space, you see what you think you are, namely someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. If you experience or are aware of something, you are either unreal or hallucinating
The experience of seeing something can only occur in a world, where there seems to be more than one. In such a world one perpetual present seems to be hidden behind the idea of linear time, as it gives the impression, there is a continuous flow of endless events with each their own past and a future.

Reality is that which is one. There is neither nothing inside or outside, as that requires more than one.

Selected fragments of this flow some gurus want you to freeze and uphold as if it is a state of peace or stillness, but just like everything else in a world where there seem to be more than one these states are based on excluding something upsetting or disturbing. In other words, as they are based on the belief in separation, they exclude the only peace and stillness there is, namely the formlessness of oneness, which has no disturbances, as it takes more than one to be disturbed by something. So if you are feeling disturbed or feeling anything at all, you are either unreal or hallucinating.

A person cannot bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one. But a person can momentarily step aside, so there is nothing definable to hide the formlessness of that which is one. If a person steps partly aside, there is more than one and therefore no room for the formlessness oneness. Yet there may be glimpses of it coming through. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The enlightenment of that which is one versus glimpses of it
The enlightenment of that which is one is a moment, that starts in the dream of a world where there seems to be more than one. Yet in the exact same moment, the dream is over. As that which is you were not in the dream, it is not an awakening to a new awareness. On the contrary, there is no awareness of anything, neither that you seemed to have believed being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, as that requires more than one. There is just one bright light – so intense that there is nothing to see and therefore nothing to be.

The enlightenment of that which is one sucks you through a black hole, that starts like a zen circle, except the ´drawing´ of it starts off from the top going extremely quickly in both directions at the same time with a brush like a stroke at both of the ends like in this image. When they meet, an extremely bright light – neither opaque or transparent – explodes out of it while extracting the thought construction you identify to be you, so that there is nothing to suck into the black hole. But the two strokes making the black hole will not meet if you have registered them as for example moving black strokes looking like a zen sign, because you are comparing it to the past and so you go back there. In other words, the black hole is not completed and you are back in a world where there seems to be more than one. From this follows that this description is a mix of my vague memories of the enlightenment of that which is one and my many glimpses it, that stops with the forming of the circle around the black hole. You are probably better off by forgetting all about this if you want to go, where nobody can go. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The light is there to suck what has been stripped free of the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one through a black hole into that which is one. That is if there are no leftovers of this belief because if there is, you will think that you see something and therefore return to a world where there seems to be more than one, because only in such a world can something be experienced to be seen by somebody.

In other words, if it is perceived as if there is something definable in the enlightenment of that which is one, you will again appear to be someone definitive in a world defined by time and space.

Those who have exciting enlightenment experiences to tell about have held onto the belief in being someone definitive and therefore not as nobody been sucked through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one, so what they have experienced is a glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one.

Glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one can be experienced by seeing, hearing, feeling or tasting it. But as it requires more than one to experience something, the glimpses are not the enlightenment of that which is one.

From from the perspective of a world defined by time and space the enlightenment of that which is one leads to nothing, because there is not something to see, and therefore nothing to define you as someone definitive. That which is one has no perspective, as it requires more than one to have something.

For someone who is fed up of appearing to be someone definitive, it is frustrating to only have glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, but for those who love to appear as someone special it is perfect, because the glimpses can be used to pump up the specialness by lecturing or writing books about the experience of a vast empty space full of pure consciousness, love, bliss or whatever the glimpses are interpreted to reveal.

But it has nothing to do with the enlightenment of that which is one because only someone definitive can be full of pure consciousness, love, bliss or anything else.

To bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, you have to stop focusing on being someone

If you do not seek to be acknowledged as someone definitive, you are nobody – and only as nobody can you bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one.The graphic is grabbed from the web.

In reality there is no more than that which is one and as it requires more than one for something to have a contrasts, there is nothing right or wrong, bad or good, true or false, inside or outside – neither is there anything outside of that which is one. But it is possible to think so. Yet thinking does not make it real, and so a world where there seems to be more than one does not contain neither truth, self, oneness or anything else than emptiness.

Maybe that is why the findings of science is that the universe is 99.9999999 percent empty space. And the rest, despite it also is empty space and just like a dream does not contain anything substantial, is what we perceive as elements of matter making up a world defined by time and space..

If you do not focus on being someone specific, there is nobody to see a definable world and so there is nothing to hide the enlightenment of that which is one.

To bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, all you need to do is to stop focusing on experiencing something tangible, because if you belief to see something definable, it is as if it is hiding the formless enlightenment of that which is one.

That which is one is neither light or darkness or anything in between. Light is just what is used to extract all the thoughts, that are used to make up the experience of being someone tangible, so there is not something to be sucked into a black hole and spit out on the other side into that which is one. Neither is there another side, as there is no more than that which is one.

There is no way to that which is one, because that requires more than one

Light, bliss, peace, stillness. consciousness or whatever can be experienced is a transitory state to that which cannot be experienced, as that requires more than one, and there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless.

I felt the usual panic last night when I – like so many times before – seemed to be at the edge of dying. This time, however, the panic attack was very short. Maybe because I knew from before, that the appearance of Alexius always seems to return to the world – or because I remembered from several times being in this transition phase, that it is such a relief when the world fades out. But probably most of all because I want to completely undo the belief in being someone definitive so that there is not something appearing to hide that which I am.

As it takes more than one to interpret something as a problem, the problem is gone when the belief in being and having more than that which is one is undone.

That being said, such a belief also has its moments. When I was willing to undo this belief and my body was about to pass away, there was another appearance, who seemed to want Alexius to remain in the world. My cat, that I sensed somewhere in the distance, was crying out loud as if it was saying ´come back´.

I cannot know, what is going on in a cat, apart from what I project onto it, and as I liked my projection, I slowly started rebooting as Alexius in a body. The next thing I remember is, that I could feel my cat purring, while he was laying close to my body.

Appearing to be back in the world of time and space, I accepted my choice and started dealing with the practicality of it. My cat needed food – maybe that was why he was worried about me leaving – and so did my body. This has nothing to do with ultimate reality, but to get there I start where I appear to be, namely together with my cat – and being together with someone is to be very close to the entrance of that which is one.

There is nothing outside of reality, neither inside, because reality is that which is one.

Because you did not leave that which is one on your own. That is not possible, as if you left it on your own you would still be at one and therefore not appearing to be outside of that which is one. Well, it is not possible to leave it at all, but it is possible to imagine, that there is more than one so that you can leave it with another one. Consequently, you leave this imagination as you entered it, namely appearing to be together with another one.

It does not matter if it is you and your cat or somebody else or just you and another thought. As long as you leave a world where there seems to be more than in a way where you appear to be more than one, you undo your imagination of such a world the way you originally made it. The ins and outs of a black hole

This zen drawing literally looks like an uncompleted portal into the enlightenment of that which is one, except that the hole is not white and in this example of the portal neither black, although it is often called a black hole. Instead, it is full of the same chaotically and rapidly moving strokes of changing colours, which are outside the black strokes as well (but not part of this illustration). That is until the black strokes meet and the bright white light that explodes out of the hole fills up everything by extracting all thoughts making up what you believe to be, so that there is nobody to experience it, nor to be gracefully pulled through a hole that just like the bright white light is no more, as there is nothing but that which always was and is, since it is formless and therefore has no beginning and end, namely that which is one. This you do not know, because it takes more than one to know something. For the same reason neither do you know that the enlightenment of that which is one is not a process happening over time but one perpetual present, nor that you do not exist and never has since it takes more than one to exist. The graphic, which has been manipulated by Alexius, is grabbed from the web.

The enlightenment of that which is one is like a vacuum cleaner, that sucks out all the thoughts you ever have collected to experience yourself as someone definitive. Hence there is nobody left to detect, that nobody falls through a hole opening up from what at first may look like a Zen circle. Even though it is often called a black hole, it may not necessarily be black, neither white as in the image shown here, but probably full of the same rapid changing lucid colours surrounding the stroke, which by the way is more greyish than in this image.

The circle making up the so-called black hole is not made by one but two strokes that are drawn exceptionally quickly and smoothly without the use of any brush from what turns out to be the top of the circle. The two strokes are drawn at the same time and end up looking quite similar to the above image. That is if you like in this article compare it to a zen circle because by comparing it to a well-known image from the past, the enlightenment of that which is one is fenced off and you are back in a world of linear time.

In other words, the completion of the black hole is stopped by your definition of it as something recognisable, so you are not in free fall moving so fast that nothing seems to be moving through a hole that is no longer a hole but a light with no colour and substance and so bright that nothing is illuminated. Thus nothing seems to hide, there was and never will be more than the formlessness of that which is one.

So instead of being nobody on a timeless journey to the formlessness of oneness, you appear as if you still are someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one because even though you were close to the enlightenment of that which is one, you did not bid it welcome.

Not a single thing of what you saw is the enlightenment of that which is one. As it takes more than one to see something, it cannot be seen, so the beginning of the black hole that you saw before returning to a world where there seems to be more than one is not the enlightenment of that which is one but a glimpse of it.

If you in anyway try to define anything in the enlightenment of that which is one, you fence it off, so it cannot extract your thoughts so you as nobody freely are falling through a black hole into that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

If you in any way try to see something definable in the enlightenment of that which is one – like colours for example – you are back in a world defined by time and space. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

For the same reason, most of the above is not a description of the enlightenment of that which is one but glimpses of it*. The below, however, is a description of the enlightenment of that which is one, but as it cannot be experienced, the description is solely based on the vague memories that Alexius has of going where nobody can go.

These memories may seem to imply, that the enlightenment of that which is one is a sequence of events, but that is only because one perpetual present cannot be described in a world of linear time.

If you do not compare the strokes, that hastily draw up a black hole, with a zen circle or anything else, they are not defined, and so the ends of them meet without you noticing, there is nothing outside of them anymore, neither inside. No more colours or a black hole – just one bright light, that is neither opaque or transparent but so intense that it cannot be seen, nor can anything else, because there is not something to illuminate since that would require more than one and there is no more than that which is one.

In other words, there is no light and no you to imagine a substantial world that seems hide there never was or will be more than the that which is one since it is formless and thus without beginning and end.

In a black hole, just like in a dream, there is no sense of a physical world or ever having appeared to be someone in such a world. Nor is there a sense of any other world or being someone definitive. But there is a sense of weightles floating through an endless hole with no sides and light even though it is not dark.

There is not only a sense of being of something non-definable in an indefinable void but also that sensing this nothingness all of a sudden is going to end – presumably because it takes more than that to sense something.

This there is nobody to know. Probably because it also takes more than one to know something and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. No doubt that is why there is no more to tell.

To forget what and where you appear to be is to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Before the thoughts making up what you believe to be is absorbed by the extremely bright light that seems to explode in your face, you may sense that if you do not fight it by defining it, all thoughts collected to make you appear as if you are someone definitive will be extracted and left at the edge of a black hole, so there is nothing to be transported through this portal of antimatter into the formlessness of that which is one. If this is what you want, you better forget what you just read, so you do not use it to define the enlightenment of that which is one and thereby fences it off.

Even better, if you totally forget what and where you believe to be, there is no belief to hide that which is you is no different from that which is one, and that it has always been and always will be so.

The enlightenment of that which is one is not for those who believie to come from the heart or directly from the source, nor for those having direct experiences, compassion and whatnot, because states like that depend on the belief that you are someone definitive and there is no room for anyone in the enlightenment of that which is one, since that requires more than one.

Should you after haven read this feel, that you have not really gotten the ins and out of a black hole, you are lucky because there are no ins and out of it.

As the portal to the enlightenment of that which is one – the so-called black hole – is not something definitive, it may start off in other ways than in the above description. One glimpse of it, that Alexius have had many times, looks a bit like a sonogram – or rather a wide range of the triangle like shape in this image spinning so fast, that they seem to join each other around an indefinable centre until the speed makes them disappear and only their borderline is sensed like a glittering round white stroke with nothing but blackness inside it just before one bright light, more powerful than thousands of atomic bombs, erupts out of the darkness and fills up everything.

That which is one cannot be understood, because it takes more than one to understand something. Yet there is much to be understood in a world where there seems to be more than one in order to learn how to appear as if you are someone definitive there. But it is not understandable, why you believe to be in such a world.**

This description is based on the glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one, that Alexius had last night, while the description of the zen circle is based on a glimpse from the night before. At other times ´the black hole´ may look like the head of a horse (see the image in The ins and outs of the inner senses) or an embryo more developed than in the sonogram image (see the image in A perfect moment takes you back to the first moment of duality). Hence there is no specific pattern to be deducted, so do yourself a favour and forget all about understanding it.**
