Where do the hacks of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings come from

The way to hear or feel the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises as described in the previous article Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment and especially in Life has no secrets is deduced from Alexius´ experience of hearing and feeling it. Not that he originally heard or felt this echo of oneness with the help of Aum or Sohang. It was simply given to him in his youth via his devotion to serving.

But it was not before much later he realised, that hearing or feeling this echo of oneness is what those constantly chanting Aum or Sohang are looking for but never get, as they have expectations of something very special. Yet having recognised it himself, it was not a problem to deduce a fast way of hearing or feeling the unpronounceable vibration that Aum or Sohang symbolises.

The way to connect with the empty breath is deduced from Alexius´ approach of it. Again he did not originally connect with it in the way Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings advise you to do – see the links in the below box. The connection was just given to him. Maybe so that he could deduce a way for you to connect with it as well.

The ways to have inner experiences of light, music and nectar as described in the previous article Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment, Alexius heard about in his youth, but most likely the speaker just had second-hand knowledge about these glimpses of enlightenment, as he mainly referred to ancient scriptures, where they obviously have been mentioned in various ways.

As Alexius has not read ancient scriptures or so-called spiritual books his enlightened non-teachings are not based on an existing religion or philosophy, neither are they meant to be a new religion or philosophy but to undo the belief such concepts as well as anything else.

A guru, which means a teacher, is always deeply founded in the belief of being someone special in a world, where there seems to be more than one, because it requires more than one to teach somebody. In other words, a guru is no different from anybody else profiting on the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

Anyhow Alexius soon stepped totally aside, so there was nothing to block out the enlightenment of that which is one (see hack #6-7.1 From the inner senses through a black hole into that which is one), wherefore the ways to experience glimpses of it, as described in his enlightened non-teachings, are not based on second-hand knowledge. Hence they may not be similar to what you hear from those interpreting the sayings from old scriptures, as without the enlightened of that which is one you are bound to misinterpret the sayings about it.

As most seem to think enlightenment is something you achieve, where after you walk around enlightened, it is probably best to spell out, that the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be achieved by anybody, because to bid it welcome, you must step aside*. In other words, Alexius has not been enlightened but momentarily stepped aside, so that there was nothing but the enlightenment of that which is one. That is why he is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

Most gurus do not talk about the enlightenment of that which is one, but some otherworldly states they have experienced as someone definitive, and attribute with the activation of pineal gland, that they also call the third eye. But as you have to step aside to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, no pineal gland or eyes are involved at all.*

That being said, they can be in play if not stepping completely aside, and you, instead, have a glimpse of enlightenment, which is to be compared to seeing the trailer to a movie. It is not the movie.

Unfortunately, this does not apply to most gurus or others talking about enlightenment. What they say about enlightenment is not geared towards bidding it welcome but to follow their speculative rules for a better life, so that they appear to be somebody who is and has more than you – for example more money, power or fame, which in the eyes of the world makes them more life. It is probably for this reason, they never really tell what their teachings are about, but instead speak in vague and mysterious ways about peace, coming from the heart and whatnot.

If you doubt what your guru says, you are told, you have not gotten it and should sign up for more lessons – meaning you should give more money.

The old-school gurus may speak vaguely about something called kundalini, which is supposed to make a fusion between body and spirit so that you become full of bliss and wisdom. Newer gurus have speculative teachings about living in the now, realising your self or a higher purpose. Both approaches appeal to those who want to have their feelings of inferiority replaced with feelings of spiritual grandeur so that they can be acknowledged as someone special, who is part of something higher.

Most belief systems are just a shared vocabulary for people feeling inferior, so they can hide it by sharing this vocabulary with like-minded ones.

But to merge with something, be full of light, live in the now, realise your self and whatnot requires more than one. It other words, it is an experience geared for a world where there seems to be more than one. It has nothing to do with the formlessness of that which is one because it takes more than one to be conscious about something.

Any experience in a world where there seems to be more than one can turn into that which is one, provided you do not try to hold onto the experience by interpreting it as bliss or something else, because that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one, so it is not possible to have a specific experience unless you believe you are someone definitive.

The same of course applies to see, hearing, feeling or tasting glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, as described in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. That is why thee non-teachings distinguish between the enlightenment of that which is one and glimpses of it. The latter is an experience in a world where there seems to be more than one – you could say it is a state of being. But the enlightenment of that which is one is not an experience, nor any kind of being. because it takes more than one to experience or be something.

All ways lead to Rome, they say, but they forget to say that they also lead away from it, so do not count on the ways suggested by the gurus promising a hypothetical better life in the future, because only a world where there seems to be more than one has a future. And as reality is one perpetual present, it has neither an end or a future, so anything with a future is an illusion.

That which is you is not the appearance of something definitive. You are and have nothing in the the sense that you you are nothing definitive, but the formlessenes of that which is one, that is everything, as formlessness is endless. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

For those teaching about kundalini, freedom in the now, finding your true self and whatnot, it is not a problem that what they promise is just another illusion. On the contrary. Because that means their followers never get it and therefore will keep on paying money, give hugs or whatever the teacher asks for, so both of you feel, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

Yet this is not what the above duality hacks are about, neither all the others, that presented themselves during the writing of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings (see Duality HacksExtra Duality Hacks and More Duality Hacks), as they point to the formlessness of that which is one – or rather towards that which appears to hide, that there never was and never will be more than that which is one.

Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment

There is no life in the world. It is to be compared to a dream, which, no matter how beautiful it may appear, is an illusion.

Although the formlessness of that which is one it is the power making it possible to simulate a world where there seems to be more than one, it is in the simulation – just like it is not possible for the street simulated in this image to be in the picture, or for a dreamer to be in the dream empowered by it.

When the formlessness of life is perceived as the sole cause of being able to experience something – whether so-called spiritual or mundane – you never play somebody else´s game. Even if it may seem so, others are not the reason for what you appear to do and say. Neither is the person you seem to be.

There is only one reason for your present experience of being someone participating in something, namely the formlessness of life. In other words,  it is not what you believe in being that thinks, feels, says or does something.

As life is formless and thus without beginning and end, everything definable is lifeless. Yet everything without life symbolises it, because there is no more than the formlessness of life.

This does not mean that it is the formlessness of life that thinks, feels, says or does something. But that it is the energy which makes it possible to experience as if someone is doing this, although there is no more than the formlessness of life since formlessness has no beginning or end.

Neither does it mean, that you have found the formlessness of life in a world defined by time and space, but that everything there is perceived to be a symbol of it. As both the experiencer and the experienced therefore are symbols of that which makes it possible to perceive a world where the formlessness of life seems to be divided into more than one, the apparent differences in such a world do not make a difference.

The echo of that which is one, which often is symbolised by the words Aum, Sohang or The Word of God and which comes from the edge of the universe can be heard or felt right now via the inner senses, because they are not limited by time and space.

Hearing or feeling the echo of life
Appearing in a world defined by time and space as a symbol of the formlessness of life, you do not pump up the volume of music to hear or feel it, but to be reminded that it is the formlessness of life that makes it possible to have the experience of hearing and feeling something.

The echo of oneness does not reveal what that which is one is, but what it is not, namely the nothingness in which you believe to be someone definitive in a tangible world.

This is not to say that the formlessness of life can be heard and/or felt in a world defined by time and space. It is not possible to hear or feel formlessness. But it is possible to sense the echo of it coming from the edge of the universe. This unpronounceable vibration, which often is symbolised by Aum, Sohang or The Word of God, is heard or felt when you are more attentive to the world of the inner senses than that of the outer ones.

The Hebrew word Elohim was originally a symbol for one perpetual present.

The word god, which is a translation of the Hebrew word Elohim, was at first meant to be a metaphor for that which is one and never ends. Hence the word god was originally meant to symbolise one perpetual present. As this is not understandable, when you believe to be someone in a world of linear time, the meaning of the word gradually was changed, so that god became a symbol for one almighty force believed to have created the world defined by time and space in its own image.

But what is not definable cannot create something definable. Hence a world defined by time and space is an illusion and so is the perceived creator of such a world.

As none of the aspects of the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be experienced, the experience of hearing or feeling the unpronounceable vibration coming from the edge of the universe is not the enlightenment of that which is one but a glimpse of it. Neither is seeing or tasting the enlightenment of that which is one, since it is an experience and therefore just as illusionary as any other experience (see All experiences are equally unreal).

But as these illusionary glimpses of enlightenment is not of the world experienced by the outer senses but by the inner senses, experiencing them from there while still being aware of the world of the outer senses, they have the capacity to undo the deception of the outer senses – not abruptly like the enlightenment of that which is one, but little by little. In the world of the outer senses you must always plan for the future in order to uphold the illusion of linear time.

The more the outer senses that perceive a world defined by time and space is turned inwards, the more a world not limited by time and space is experienced by the inner senses. This is why it takes no time to go to the edge of the universe (you can read more about the illusion of time by clicking here) – where the echo of the primordial vibration that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises is used to create a fantasy of a world constructed by time and space in such a way that it seems to be real until you hear or feel this echo.

»With every exhalation the soul recites ‘Hang’ and with every inhalation it recites ‘So’. Thus every soul counts the mantra of Sohang (So plus Hang) twenty-one thousand and six-hundred times every day and night.« Gherand Samhita, stanza 84.

In Eastern religions the echo of god or rather one perpetual present is symbolised by the word ´Aum´ or ´Sohang´ and in the New Testament by ´The Word of God´: »In the origin The Word had been existing and That Word had been existing with God and That Word was himself God.« John 1:1, Aramaic Bible in Plain English.

One who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one perceives ´The Word´ in the above quote as a metaphor for the unpronounceable vibration you hear or feel when not being totally focused on experiencing the world of the outer senses. The unenlightened, however, speculates about what exact words this is hinting at, even though there is not a single verse in the Bible referring to ´The Word of God´, as if it is written or can be spoken.

The vibration that AUM or Sohang symbolizes comes from the edge of the universe, which is only far away if you let yourself be deceived by a world defined by linear time as experienced through the outer senses.

Glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one is an echo of the formlessness of oneness coming out of a black hole at the edge of the universe. This includes the vibration that is often symbolised by the words Aum, Sohang or The Word of God and which is as close to you, as anything else you experience to be close in the world of the outer senses if you are not deceived by them into believing that you are constricted by the definitions of time and space. The world of the inner senses is not ruled by these definitions, so there you can go directly to the edge of the universe and hear or feel the formlessness of that which is one coming out of a black hole. It is also there that you see or taste it.

One way to turn the outer senses inwards in order to hear or feel the echo of oneness is to not be exclusive but inclusive. When you include all that you hear or feel completely unedited – or rather are willing to do so – the sum of everything in the world of the outer senses is sensed as a humming coming from the edge of the universe. It sounds or feels like nothing and everything at the same time.

In such a perfect moment, you appear to be both in the world of the outer and inner senses at the same time but without any sense of separation between them. A perfect moment though is not a moment where you are filled up with new energy or anything else since you are indifferent to the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one. Being that, however, is very blissful.

You can also use the word Aum or Sohang as a launching pad for hearing or feeling the humming coming from the edge of the universe. Read the article Life has no secrets to learn how to do this without having to spend years of meditating, chanting and whatnot.

Be aware that the ways described in this article to have glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one will not work, if you look forward to be or have more in a spiritual, mental, emotional or materialistic way. This does not mean, you must avoid being or having more but not care about how much.

The third eye
Appearing in the world as a symbol of life you do not close your eyes to go to sleep, but to see glimpses of the formlessness of life, which is done via the inner sense called the third eye, that is a single ´eye´ in the middle of the two eyes above the two eyebrows.

»The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.« Matt 6:22, King James Bible. This makes much sense to one who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one but obviously not to the unenlightened, because in the new international version of the New Testament this sentence has been changed to: »The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are healthy, your whole body will be full of light.«

How this makes sense to the unenlightened, Alexius does not know. Yet he knows it makes no sense to one who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

When you for whatever reason – maybe due to being very desperate, drunk or tired – have no energy to focus, the enlightenment of that which is one is bid welcome. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The enlightenment of that which is one is bid welcome by completely closing down the outer senses. First time this happened for Alexius was when he in his early 20s returned home totally exhausted after a long nights work of taxi driving and simply was too tired to focus.

In other words, to be offbeat, exhausted, confused or maybe even drunk is a way to close the outer senses, so that there is no world to see and therefore nothing to hide the enlightenment of that which is one. Actually, anything that is not part of a scheme to fabricate images defined by time and space will do.

If that includes drugs Alexius does not know, because he has not experienced them. Yet he can say that from looking at others taking drugs, that it seems to be more about expanding the consciousness of a world where there seems to be more than one than undoing it.

»Direct your eyes toward the middle of the eyebrows and meditate upon your own self. It is Shambhavi Mudra, the most secret practice of all the Tantra scriptures.« Gherand Samhita, stanza 59.

The positioning of the body, while activating the third eye, does not matter, as long as the body does not bother you.

Practically speaking you can close the visual outer sense and open the inner eye by closing the eyes and lightly, without any concentration, hold a finger on the third eye. It is best to do this in a dark room, so you do not think the revelation of light comes from the world of the outer senses.

If something like this is dechiffered into different colors and forms, you will have glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, but if you do not judge any colors or forms to be different from each other the apparent differences will explode into one bright light.

If having an inner vision like this and it is deciphered into an experience of different colours and shapes around a centre, it is a glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one. If you on the other hand do not judge the apparent different colours and forms to make a difference or to come from somewhere specific, one bright and colourless light, that seems to explode from out of nowhere wipes out all thoughts collected to form you into someone definitive, so that there is nothing to hide that there never was and never will be anything else than the formlessness of oneness, because formlessness has no end.

As the sense of sight is always looks for the greatest contrast of light, your closed eyes automatically search around in the darkness until they move inwards and upwards towards the third eye from where they settle down at a light show expose at such a speed that the apparent contrast between the splashes of colours hardly can be perceived.

If no contrasts are perceived at all the colours turn into a white light, that is so bright that it is not contrasted by something or illuminating anything. That is the enlightenment of that which is one.

»Touching eyeballs as a feather, lightness between them opens into the heart and there permeates the cosmos.« Sochanda Tantra, stanza 13.

If your eyes do not automatically move inwards and upwards into the area of the inner senses, that is above the eyebrows, you may help them by gently pressing the thumb and middle finger across each eyeball from outer corner to inner, while having the forefinger on the third eye.

But this is not really commendable, since even the slightest effort requires focus, and it is not focus but defocus that bids welcome the enlightenment of that which is one or glimpses of it. Furthermore this may give you the impression that certain physical postures will open the third eye.

None of the inner senses can be reached via a specific posture or way of thinking. Deactivating the outer senses, however, can be achieved in this way, so if you find a specific technique that seems to be helpful in this regard by all means go for it. Yet the fastest way to deactivate the outer senses is to not know what and where you are.

»… and there shall be no light there, and they need no candle there, neither the light of the sun, for the Lord God giveth them light.« Rev. 22:5

The thought construction that seems to keep you together as someone tangible is left at the edge of a black hole.

The thought construction that seems to keep you together as someone tangible must be left at the edge of a black hole, so that there is nothing to gracefully fall into the formlessness of oneness.

When you momentarily do not know what and where you are, there is nobody to prevent glimpses of enlightenment to merge into one bright white light, namely the enlightenment of that which is one, which extracts all thoughts, that you have hold onto in order to appear as someone definitive, and leave them at the edge of what may look like a black hole, so that there is nobody to experience the nothingness of you gracefully falling into the formlessness of that which is one.

Enlightenment is not an out-of-the-body experience as it is not an experience, but its preliminary stage of bliss and compassion, which is connected to the world via the pineal gland, is an experience that is often perceived to be out-of-the-body.

Enlightenment of that which is one is not an out-of-body experience. It is not an experience at al. But its preliminary stages of bliss and compassion, which in the world may to be connected with the pineal gland, is something that can be experienced as an out-of-body experience.

Most, however, are afraid of loosing their identity, so they settle for glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, which is like a blissful out-of-body experience – presumably linked to the pineal gland, that appears to foster states like that.

If you are not tempted to stop at this state of bliss, but to go where someone definitive cannot go, namely into the enlightenment of that which i one, it is not an out-of-body experience. On the contrary, there is no experience at all, neither consciousness, because to experience or be consciousness about something requires more than one.

If you want to return from the enlightenment of that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one, you must pick up the thought construction, that was left at the edge of a black hole before you entered it, in order to be shaped as someone definitive.

Returning from the enlightenment of that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one, you cannot know, you have been at the other side of a black hole, because you were not there and there is not another side, since there is no more than that which is one. In other words, the person you appear to be is not enlightened. Yet, due to your vague memories of that which is one, you are to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

It is not possible though for somebody else to know, that you are to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one. You will hardly grasp it yourself. But you will for sure grasp, that a world where there seems to be more than one is not real, and that anything appearing there – including the appearance of you as someone definitive – therefore is an illusion.

Appearing in a world where there seems to be more than one as a symbol of that which is one, you do not perceive music to be a means to joy, but as a method to be reminded of the airy music full of ethereal harmonies floating out of a black hole at the edge of the universe.

»I heard a sound from heaven like the sound of cascading waters and like the rumbling of loud thunder. The sound I heard was also like harpists playing on their harps.« Revelation 14:2, Holman Christian Standard Bible.

Being used to take a ride in the inner world of the senses, that opens up when the outer senses are not fully used to experience a world defined by time and space, you sense that the first sentence of this quote refers to ´Aum´, ´Sohang´ or ´The Word of God´, and that the second one to ethereal music.

»At midnight when not a single sound is heard, close your ears with both hands and do Purak Pranayama. Listen to the sounds in your right ear which are very pleasant. The first sound that you will hear is of a pine bird, the second of a flute, third of a cloud, fourth of a dragon bee, the fifth of a ringing bell and then of a gong of metal. Sounds of trumpet, drum etc. are also heard.

As Alexius has no intellectual knowledge of religious scripts most of the words in the quote from Gherand Samhita are meaningless. But since he hears inner music himself, it is easy to pick up the essence of the quote, namely the bliss of listening to ethereal harmonies.

Besides these, many other sounds are heard if it is practiced daily. These sounds are Anahata (unproduced) and come on their own accord. Nada is related to light. Light is related to mind, so mind gets itself merged in a sound which is the seat of the Lord. Therefore, practice of Bhramari gives Siddhi of Samadhi (i.e., makes Samadhi possible).

Mind gets eightfold more pleasure in the act of meditation than Japa (repeating God’s name), eightfold more interest in Tapas (penance) than the meditation, and eightfold more interest in music or sound than the Tapas. There is nothing greater than music.« Gherand Samhita, stanzas 77-81. Besides for the word ´Nada,´ which means music Alexius does not know the meaning of the Hindi words in this quote, but hearing inner music himself – though not always as bombastic like described in this quote – he gets the overall meaning of it.

Using noise-cancelling headphones is a great way to close the outer sense of hearing. Going to sleep, in-ear headphones are more comfortable.

A practical way of closing the outer sense of hearing and open the inner one is to put both thumbs in your ears or simply use a noise-cancelling headphone or an in-ear headphone, and then without focusing or trying to define anything, be nothing but the ethereal harmonies coming to you from what may seem to be far away.

For tuning in it is best not go with the vibrations appearing to come from the left ear, as they often are the sounds of a busy mind, but instead follow the harmonies that appear to come from an empty space outside of your right ear. That being said, do not pay too much attention to directions.

Maybe you do not hear ethereal harmonies but the humming symbolised by ´Aum´, ´Sohang´ or ´The Word of God´. If so, follow this glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one. It could also be that the only thing you ´hear´ is the noise of thoughts.

As the special self feeds from separation, it cannot survive inclusion, so if there is no attempt to edit the thoughts fabricated by the brain by excluding those that do not fit into the perception of being special and instead include them as they are, there is nothing to make the self appear special. It is, therefore, in the basic mode, where it automatically is in sync with the thoughts of the brain.

Consequently, they do not disturb you from hearing the empty space as eternal harmonies – or, if in touch with one of the other inner senses, experiencing it as light, infinite sweetness or sublime intimacy. That being said, just like even though nothing disturbs you from hearing the sound of the ocean, to notice it, you must want to listen to it.

Tasting the sweetness of life helps you to not focus on the world of the outer senses so that glimpses of enlightenment from the world of the inner ones become the foundation for perceiving the world of the outer senses. Since this results in not perceiving the apparent differences to make a difference, there is no differentiation between you and the world where you experience to be. The taste of life
Appearing in the world as a symbol of oneness you are not tasting the most exquisite food to get delicate experiences from that, but to be reminded about the taste of life, which in the world can be compared to the taste from foam of a milkshake with a few drops of honey added to it or to how marshmallows – especially those with a flavour of strawberries – interact with the palate.

To compare a taste to something else is a very individual thing, so you may not compare the inner taste to that of liquorice.

To describe a taste by comparing it to another taste is a very individual thing. In other words, you may not compare the taste of life to a taste of milk and honey with a hint of liquorice.

Even though this taste is called the nectar of life in the old scriptures, you should not expect it to make you more young or inject you with more energy in the world of the outer senses. Anyway, you are better off never to look for more of anything, as that which is you is no different from that which is one, and since it is formlessness and therefore endless there is no more than that which is one. Hence looking for more is an illusion based on the belief that is more than that which is one.

One way of undoing this belief is to not focus, because without it a world where there seems to be more than one cannot be perceived, and so it does not seem to hide, there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one. Fortunately, the taste of life is very beneficial when it comes to defocusing.

Some Chinese Herb Formulations or teas – for example Spring Dragon Longevity Tea – enhance the taste of life, provided you are already are in touch with it. The same applies to the Ayurvedic teas, that Alexius have tasted or most teas including liquorice.

As already mentioned, the taste of life can be compared to enjoying the transparent taste from the foam of a sweet milkshake. Sometimes, however, it is with a hint of either liquorice, strawberry or mint, so you none of the descriptions of it are definitive. In any case, it is best not to compare the taste of life or other glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one to anything else, as all comparisons are based on definitions from the past and therefore cancels out the ever-present glimpses of enlightenment.

The inner sense of taste not only stops the compulsive focusing on forms but also your cravings for sweets and to experience  something definable. The taste of life is always there and it is free. Neither do you have to meditate or be pure to consume it. All you have to do is to put your tongue behind the uvula. And if you cannot do that, it is also OK, because doing so is just meant to help you deactivating the outer senses and the only thing that really accomplish that, is the intention to do it. Just like even you are at a springboard, you will not dive from it, if that is not your intention of going there.

The inner sense of taste does not only stop the compulsive focusing on something definitive but also your cravings for more, for example more sweets. The taste of life is always there. It is free, and you do not have to meditate or be pure to consume it. All you have to do is to put your tongue behind the uvula and devote yourself to the taste dripping from above. If you cannot get your tongue all the way, it is not a problem, because doing so is just meant to help you deactivating the outer senses and the only thing that really accomplish this, is the intention of doing it.

The taste of life unfolds under the tongue, when it is moved behind the uvula (the skin flap hanging down in the back of the mouth at the entrance to the throat). Placing it there makes you feel like you are not in the world even though you appear to be there, because it cutbacks the need to focus and also the longing for more. As a side effect it diminishes the craving for sweets as well. That is if you devote yourself to it – no techniques will work without devotion. Yet devotion can work without a technique.

To get the tongue behind the uvula you may have to press it backwards for a long time, maybe several months, and finally use a finger to push it the rest of the way, which may make you feel as if you are about to vomit. No worries – it is just a feeling. When you are used to keeping your tongue there, it is easy, and there is no sense of vomiting.

»Khechari Mudra is turning the tongue backwards into the cavity of the cranium and turning the eyes inwards toward the eyebrow center.« Haha-Yoga Pradipika, Chapter 3, stanzas 32-37.

You do not have to literally replicate the technique in above quote, where the taste of life is called Khechari Mudra. Neither do you actually need to be able to make the tongue go all the way behind the uvula. Pushing it as far as possible will do.

The way to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one or glimpses of its facets is not about perfection. Neither is it about how you breath, eat or anything else you appear to do in the world of the outer senses. Yet things like that can be helpful in order to deactivate the outer senses.

But no technique in the world of the outer senses can deactivate them, if that is not the intention of executing the technique. In other words, first step is solely about intention, and if that is to deactivate the outer senses, there is nothing to hinder your trip into the world of the inner senses. Second step is to devote yourself to the amazing journey there.

The above about steps only applies to having glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one and not to bidding it welcome in its entirety, as it takes more than one to take any step.

It is probably best to not be active in the world of the outer senses while having visions of light, as the visual glimpses of enlightenment can become so intense, that the world of the outer senses hardly is sensed.

When the belief in being in a world where there seems to be more than one is undone, there is nothing to hide that there never was and never will be more than that which is one.

The technique for tasting the sweetness of life, however, can be carried out while being active in the world of the outer senses. The same applies to enjoy the ethereal harmonies if you hear them without putting your thumbs in the ears and also hearing or feeling the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises.

This may result in the experience of a world that seems less defined. Not to the extent, though, that you are not able to navigate there. But it probably feels like you do not have to, and that you are carried around in a dream with no will of its own.

That is, as long as you do not take the full tour of these glimpses because it ends in the formlessness of oneness, where you no longer appear to be someone in a dream of a world where there seems to be more than one, neither do you appear to be in oneness since that requires more than one.

In other words, you are not someone at all, and there is no memory or consciousness of you ever having been that, because it was all make-believe and the belief is wiped out.

The part of the world of the outer senses you want to experience is not meant to be blurry but in focus, so what you see is definable. It is the other way around with the world of the inner senses,. Focus versus defocus
The world of the outer senses needs you constantly concentrate and focus on it as if you are an autonomous creature in control of your own life. In the world of the inner senses, it is the other way around. It reveals itself when there is no effort to focus, concentrate and control.

But since it is also an act of control to continually trying not to focus in order to see, hear, feel or taste the glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, so besides from getting a headache spreading out from the third eye from too much focus, the inner senses are fenced off.

As long as you intend to appear in a world where there seems to be more than one, it is best to multitask between the inner and outer senses, so you can focus when needed in the world of the outer senses and space out in the world of the inner ones when nothing is required of you.

How to make this work between the inner and outer sense Alexius does not know, because through his connection with the empty breath, that functions as an automatic gear shifting between the inner and outer senses, it is automatically taking care of. See the last part of the article about the empty breath.

The belief that there are more than one blocks out that which is one
In a world, where there seems to be more than one, the mixing of things may turn out to work well for you. But not in the world of oneness. As it requires more than one, it is not possible to mix anything, so the idea of combining the different facets of the enlightenment of that which is one fence it off.

That being said, if you do not do the taste of life technique for the sake of the taste but for its benefits in regard to defocusing, you can do this while being devoted to either seeing, hearing or feeling glimpses of enlightenment.

Seeing everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one, will make the outer senses turn inwards, so it is easier to grasp, there is no more than that which is one.

Ways to undo the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one
Can the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, only be undone via the inner senses? No, it can also be undone through the world of the outer ones as described in the duality hacks called Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation, Seeing symbols of non-duality in a world of duality rule out separation, Not being exclusive but inclusive is freedom from being someone definitive, A state of not-knowing is nothing but bliss or Alone together. See hack #1-4 + 8. There might be other hacks than those to have this belief undone. But since Alexius has not tried them, he cannot say if they work. Yet, hacks based on second-hand knowledge from Buddhism and whatnot are most likely fake – especially if those promoting them have beautiful visions about a hypothetical better future that is full of love, bliss and happiness because it is just another dream of duality.

The connection with the empty breath does not unite the outer and the inner senses, but it makes them synchronised, which among other things means that what you used to judge as stressful in the low-frequency world of the outer senses will not seem to stress, when synched with the high-frequency world of the inner senses, because of the indifference coming from the empty breath.

The empty breath
 ´lifts´ you out of the belief in being someone definitive by automatically synchronise the outer and inner senses, so that glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one become the basis for interpreting the world of the outer senses.

It is like being transported in a driverless car, that is programmed to take you to the aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one that attracts the most, so you carelessly forget to define the glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one and they as one bright light, tone, emotion or taste carry the nothingness of you back into the formlessness of oneness.

NOTES ABOUT THE QUOTES
The terminology of yoga and so-called holy scriptures – apart from The New Testament – is unknown to Alexius, so he does not know the scriptures from where the quotes in this article are taken. He found them all by searching the internet.

When everything is included there does not appear to be something outside of you, neither inside of you, as that requires there something to be outside of you. In other words, there is nothing but the formlessness of oneness.

Alexius does not sympathise with Eastern or Western religions, nor new age philosophy, as these ideologies, in general, appear to be about excluding what is judged to be bad in order to become what is judged to be better, purer or higher. Yoga techniques, for example, are often based on meditation or something else where what is not one is excluded. Theoretically speaking this should leave out everything but the formlessness of oneness. But as formlessness cannot exclude anything, this is not what you get from being exclusive.

PREFACE:
Since the bliss of nothing that sets in when connected with the empty breath is a state of not-knowing, it is not possible to connect with it when in the consciousness of being someone definitive. Thus the connection must be established before the brain, based on signals it claims to receive from our sensory system, delivers a convincing experience in which we are somebody definitive in a world defined by time and space.

Science states, the world we seem to feel and see consists of 99.9999999 per cent empty space. And the rest, despite it also is empty space and as immaterial as a dream, is what we perceive to be elements of matter making up a world defined by time and space.

Appearing to be someone definitive is, therefore, make-believe, no matter what and where you appear to be. Read more about empty space in the articles ´The empty breath´ is empty space and so is what you believe to be and Free to float in the void of ´the empty breath´.

On account of this taking one second for the brain to accomplish, there are countless of seconds where a connection with the empty breath can be established by going back one second in linear time (see how in the articles Take-offs to ´the empty breath´, and How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´ ). In those seconds unprocessed by the brain, there is nothing to define you and therefore no consciousness of being someone definitive, so there is no difference between the nothingness of you and that of the empty breath.

This has nothing to do with getting closer to your pure essence. You have no soul. You are nothing. Being with the empty breath this becomes inevitably so obvious, that there is not something to hide, there are no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

How to connect with the bliss of the empty breath

You connect with the empty breath by not connecting with the consciousness of you as someone definitive experiencing the tangible world, that the brain spends a second to fabricate from the frequencies it imagines to receive from empty space. You can compare this to not turning on a video game, because you rather want to experience the physical world – except that connecting with the empty breath is not a conscious experience but a state of not-knowing, and you have just a second to connect with it instead of the image the brain fabricate as if you are someone definitive. This is plenty of time, though, provided you are willing to not be conscious of something but be in the bliss of nothing. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The empty breath sees no separation, so it has no need to connect with you, no matter what and where you believe to be. You, on the other hand, need to connect with it, if you want to be indifferent to the belief in the brains conversion of empty space into a world where you seem to be someone who is separated from everything else by time and space. Forget about being conscious of the empty breath, as what you are conscious about is never the present but the past.

Having connected with the empty breath by going back one the second from your present experience to the nothingness that is unprocessed by the brain and then not picking up on the brains deceptive fabrication of you as someone living in a capsule of time and space, the unprocessed moment is extended into a state of not-knowing.

This state though cannot last more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, at a time if you want to return to a conscious experience of being someone definitive, because if the brain is not continuously occupied with thoughts, that seems to confirm the conscious experience of you as someone definitive, it falls into a coma.

Consequently, being in a state of not-knowing for more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, is the end of being something. The signals the brain used to perceive to come from empty space can no longer be registered by it and processed into a world where there seems to be more than one. Thus there is not something that seems to cover up, there never was or will be anything else than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless.

the bliss of the empty breath that undoes the belief in being someone definitive

Is it the bliss of the empty breath that undoes the belief in being someone definitive, or is it the undoing of this belief that connects you with the bliss of the empty breath? Since this question arises from the belief in being someone definitive, which is an illusion fabricated by the brain, there is no answer to it, neither to who has invented this illusion or who choose to have the belief in it undone. Not that many, however, go into a state of not-knowing. If they do, they do not remain there more than a few seconds or minutes before returning to the consciousness of being someone definitive, in which they forget a state of not-knowing until blissful memories of it emerge.

How not to be deceived by the brains fabrication of the experiences where you appear to be someone definitive in a world of something and instead drift in the bliss of nothing is a question that cannot be answered, since it is founded on the belief that you are someone definitive, and the bliss of nothing comes from the indifference to that belief.

Neither can it be known, if it is the empty breath or being indifferent to the belief in being someone that comes first in regard to be in the sheer bliss of nothing. The only reason somebody wants to know this – or anything else in regard to a state of not-knowing – is that they believe to be defined by what they know, and want to remain as that rather than being nobody in the bliss of not-knowing.

Thus the above about where to find the transparent bliss of nothing, that the empty breath entails, is not an attempt to answer the question but to rule it out. The same applies to the below, which is a further exploration of the above.

now is an illusion fabricated by the brain

You do not know what you are reading in this very moment, because what you believe to read now is the brains delayed adaption of the signals, it claims to have received from your eyes one second ago. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 1: IN THE BLISS OF NOTHING
Even though it only takes the brain a few milliseconds to register the signals, it has imagined that it receives from the eyes in this very moment, what you are conscious about right now is something else, because the brain needs a second more to process a conscious experience of those signals, so it can deceive you into believing they are the basis for what you experience to see now.

In other words, since your conscious experience of now is a delayed interpretation of nothing that it has taken one second ago to process, what you believe to read now you read in the past – or more to the point, you never read because one second ago there did not appear to be something to cover up nothing.

When not organising thoughts and feelings into specific categories, they do not seem to represent something in a substantial world. Hence there is nothing to block out the empty breath, that does not know of such a world or that you believe to be someone there. All it knows is the nothingness from which this fantasy has been made, because it is that nothingness.

now is a delayed interpretation of the past

The data that your experience of this image is based on, the brain claims to have received from your eyes one second ago. In other words, your experience of now is a delayed interpretation of the past fabricated by the brain in order to fool you into believing, that you are someone definitive having your own life. Yet you have nothing of on your own, nor are you someone at all, because what you believe to be is a product of the brain made from out of nothing. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As this means you are never in the present but the past, and as it is nothing and that is where the empty breath resides, the way to connect with it is to go back one second in linear time (see how in the articles Take-offs to ´the empty breath´ and How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´ ), and thus not have a conscious experience of being someone in the world processed by the brain.

Since there is nobody in this state of not-knowing, there is not somebody to perceive, the signals the brain claims to receive from the sensory system and processes into different experiences of substantial elements, making up a world where there seems to be more than one, to make a difference. Thus they are exposed to be a fantasy, that hides they are a reflection of nothing and not of something, wherefore there are no differences that appear to separate you from the empty breath.

The experience of a dimensional world is a fabrication of the brain, which it produces by overlaying the flat signals it thinks the two eyes ireceives into one seamless image of a 3D world. See hack #2.3 Life is flat or hack #2.5 Size does not matter.

what you believe to be is the brain

The brain uses five per cent of its capacity to construct a self, that through singled out memories, feelings and imaginations make up an exciting story about itself, that is stored all over the brain as if it is you. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

It is just five per cent of the brain, that is used to shape the conscious experience of ourselves as somebody defined by time and space. Much more space, though, is needed to establish this experience as real. Hence a big part of the brain is continuously occupied with thoughts about ourselves as if they are caused by a tangible world experienced to revolve around us and therefore seem to confirm, we are somebody definitive in it. See also ´The empty breath´ and the bliss of not believing to be someone.

If not kept busy by making it appear, as if there is something where there is nothing, the brain falls into a coma, so you can only remain as if you are someone in the tangible world fabricated by it, if you do not float too long in the transparent bliss of nothing, that the empty breath entails.

It seems, that when the brain is not kept busy with thoughts, that we believe in making ourselves about our relationship with the world (see No talking is needed to come back to that which is one and The ins and outs of the inner senses) for 20 minutes, 45 at the most, it falls apart. And since all the memories we have selected to back up what we believe to be are stored in the brain, this belief falls apart.

When you look for something better, a state of not-knowing is fenced off, until you are so fed up with looking for the best, the almost involuntary reflex to divide the world into better and worse is dismissed in favour for the indifference of the empty breath. Connecting with it, therefore, is not a matter of doing it right but having had enough of that.

Consequently, a state of not-knowing cannot last too long at a time if you want to return to the conscious experience of being someone. This is not a problem though, because most leave it as soon as the uncontrolled speed of thoughts and emotions has ignited it (see Take-offs to ´the empty breath´ and How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´ ).

In the bliss of the empty breath you are indifferent to being and having more

The urge to be and have more is the cause of all suffering because more want more, so you will never be or have enough. That is not a problem though, when connected with the empty breath, because it is indifferent to differences. Hence you always have enough. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

That is because the urge to be someone definitive is so deep-rooted, that it paves the way for the brain to break through the bliss of nothing with its version of you as someone who has special relationships with something or somebody.

Since nothing appears to make a difference in a state of not-knowing, there is no special place to go or someone special to love. Thus having a need for something special, feels like being inside an unbreakable armour of pain instead of floating in the bliss of nothingness.

If not trying to escape this feeling of claustrophobia but feel that and nothing else, there is nothing to define it as something, so you are back in the bliss of nothing.

Compared to this vision of you as someone special who can choose what to be and have, the transparent bliss of nothingness seems boring, because there is nobody to be excited about being and having something special.

Love and empathy are like other feelings created by the brain, so that the experience of you as someone definitive seems to be a happy one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When you go with the flow, for example to have sex with somebody, the brain rewards you by releasing dopamine to make you happy.

Like everything else, the excitement of sex does not last and, therefore, neither the shots of happiness. But if sex is replaced with empathy for your partner, the brain injects you with shots of oxytocin – also called ´the hugging hormone´ – that makes you so happy that you wish to be a family with a baby to cuddle.

A state of not-knowing is, therefore, left by imagining you are special, and in charge of your life, so you can choose a spouse who acknowledges you as unique. It is hard work, however, to live up to the expectations of being special, and it seldom results in the excitement you imagined. So one day, you prefer to use your frustration as a take-off to the empty breath (see how in the articles Take-offs to ´the empty breath´ and How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´ ), and instead float in the bliss of nothing, that arises from the indifference to the desire of being and having something special.

The bliss of the empty breath is a state of not-knowing, that is all-inclusive

If you try to exclude the desire for something special in order to remain in a state of not-knowing, you are already out of it, because a state of not-knowing is all-inclusive, contrary to the consciosness of being special, as that is based on excluding that is judged to be ordinary. So if not excluding but including your desire, you are still in the bliss of nothing.

In this case you applied hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is pure bliss. But, as all the duality hacks are interchangeable, you could have applied a hack to connect with the empty breath by using the restless energy of your desire to ignite a take-off to it (see How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´).

The bliss of the empty breath has no centre

The flow of the empty breath goes in all directions within its non-definable frame of a circle with no fixed centre. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

So when not insisting that your spouse, for example, has to recognise you as special, which is done by not excluding but including your desire to be and have something special (see hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is pure bliss), the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one do not appear to make difference, wherefore you continue in the flow of the empty breath, that helps you to deal with everything included.

The flow of the empty breath goes in all directions – up and down, back and forth, from right to left, or anywhere in between – within its non-definable borders of a circle with no fixed centre or size (see the illustrations in What does ´the empty breath´ feel like?).

It makes no difference to the empty breath, though, what direction you follow or how much you are connected with it. Your willingness to connect is all that it wants (see the paragraph The only requirement is a willingness in ´The empty breath´ and the bliss of not believing to be someone). If it is there, the empty breath automatically syncs the inner and outer senses, so the sense of tranquillity in the inner ones helps you to get through the sense of turbulence in the outer ones (see What and where are the inner and outer senses).

You cannot know what is in your own best interest, because you believe to be someone in need of something. The empty breath, however, knows what you believe in being and having is not something but nothing. Thus what you need is not the excitement of something but the bliss of nothing.

This does not mean, it will seem easier to get a new spouse, more money and whatnot in the world of the outer senses, but that it becomes obvious it makes no difference what you appear to be and have. That which is you is not a limited creature stuck in a capsule of time and space but the formlessness of oneness.

In the bliss of the empty breath you do not know what and where you are

In a state of not-knowing, you do not know what and where you are. No worries. It is not needed. On the contrary. It is the assumption that you know what and where you are, that clouds the bliss of not-knowing it. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As described above, inclusiveness results in a state of not-knowing (see hack #3.3 Inclusiveness is pure bliss). But pretending to be someone instead of believing to be that (see hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive) also does that. And so does having glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one (see hack #6-7.2 The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be found in a world where there seems to be more than one, but glimpses of it can), or perceiving everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one (see hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life), or acknowledging that the experience of such a world is something you have alone together (see hack #8.8 Alone together is the key to that which is one).

All the duality hacks (inclusive More Duality Hacks and Extra Duality Hacks) except the enlightenment of that which is one result in a state of not-knowing. If they differ from each other is not to say, as there are only vague memories of not believing to be someone.

It takes time for the brain to imagine it receives something from our eyes that it can process into a coherent experience of you beeing a substantial being that sees elements of matter outside of yourself.

The brain of a baby does not know how to do this. But in order to incorporate the baby´s experiences into the collective agreed way of seeing the world, the brain quickly learns how to produce a coherent right-side-up image of the world, so it seems the baby shares its experience of the world with everybody else.

The brain deceives you to fence off the bliss of the empty breath

When the brain every now and then screens out what you see, so you do not get seasick from the movement of your eyes, it fills the gaps based on past memories. But as they most often have been heavily edited, the story fabricated by the brain to fill in the gaps may clash with the story of the present that others have. The discrepancy, therefore, makes you feel that something is wrong in you or the world. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 2: IN THE WORLD OF SOMETHING
You are probably not aware that every now and then throughout the day, you are literally blind. The brain screens out what you see to prevent you from getting seasick when the eyes move. The reason you do not notice that you are blind two hours a day is that the brain hides this by filling the gaps with visual impressions of what it imagines to be there.

In the first episodes of a new TV show, there are normally hints pointing to the forthcoming episodes, and since the brain thrives from envisaging what is going to happen next, it is captured into anticipating the future of the characters and thus enchanted by its own predictions into a state of amusement.

The writers of Game of Thrones try to hook you up and fence of the bliss of the empty breath

The writers of ´Game of Thrones´ want us to bond emotionally with the characters, so that we feel attracted to them as if they are real and not just a fantasy. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

But if the writers of the show do not comply with their own hints when inventing the next episodes, the future of the characters does not turn out as predicted by the brain. Thus the fate of the characters becomes a mystery, that the brain hopes to unravel in the following episodes, wherefore it compels you to stick with the show until the very end. In other words, it is not you but the brain that is in charge.

The predictions fabricated by the brain to fill the gaps of blindness are basically a remix of memories that have been adjusted every time recalled to boost the story of you as someone in a tangible world, so it may not match how others see the same events.

Hence you conclude, something is wrong in your story or in that of the others, and you start trying to correct what is judged to be incorrect.

There is nobody in the bliss of the empty breath

The more you appear to be successful in this, the more it seems that the story can be shaped in such a way, that it comes out with a better version of you. Yet no matter how the story is corrected, it remains a fantasy, and so does the idea that it has an author.

Just like within the context of a world where there seems to be more than one, a dream does not have an author or anything substantial in it, neither the dreamer. And it is it not in the dreamer or anywhere else. It is a deception made to look as if nothing is something.

Fortunately, the brain is not capable of making the empty breath look like something, so when we are in its bliss of nothing, we are not deceived by the experiences produced by the brain to perceive them as something.

Thus you probably do not agree that the grey triangle is an illusion and the one partly framed by a black stroke is disconnected. But if you cover the three incomplete black circles, the grey triangle disappears and the other one appears fragmented.

Since it is the brain not only decides what we see but also what we hear, feel, smell and taste, we are not free, but something fabricated and controlled by the brain into believing, we are somebody in a world where there seems to be more than one, and not the formlessness of that which is one.

Consequently, there is nothing to heal but the sick belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, which automatically happens when connecting with the empty breath that takes us back one second in linear time to the nothingness from where the brain has rendered your present experience of something.

This does not mean, that the empty breath is the formlessness of that which is one because it takes more than one to be something, but that it metaphorically speaking is the door to that which is one.

In the bliss of the empty breath the belief in duality is undone

In a state of not-knowing, it is not possible for the brain to establish the normal consciousness of you as someone definitive. This does not mean, though, that the awareness of you as someone definitive is replaced by something better, higher or purer but by no consciousness. Thus there is nobody to be aware of the bliss that comes from not believing to be someone. That is why it is like walking in the air. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 3: WHEN APPARENTLY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCES ARE NOT PERCEIVED TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE
In a state of not-knowing, you are blind in a sense, that there is no conscious experience of you as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Thankfully this is resolved by the empty breath and not the brain. It continues to process what it claims to receive from senses as if it is something and not nothing, but since the empty breath is indifferent to the apparently different experiences of something, there is no awareness in the connectedness with the empty breath of how the brain categorises them in contrasts of for example good or bad, right or wrong, love or hate, within and without and so on.

Though a world where there seems to be more than one is seen in the usual way when in a state of not-knowing, its apparent differences are not believed to make a difference. Thus there is no experience of being someone definitive and therefore nobody to be happy, sad or anything else.

This does not mean that there are no feelings. but that nobody relate them to them as if they make a difference.

Consequently, the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one cannot be judged to make a difference. Thus there is nothing special to love or hate and, therefore, nothing specific to worry about.

The bliss of the empty breath is the bliss of nothing

When the body, that you appear to be living in, again and again drops something, you could be defined as clumsy. If you believe this and feel guilty about it, you might want to change it.

But as every effort to improve yourself is based on the belief, that there is something wrong with you, your efforts are not changing this belief but enhancing it. You secretly accept this, because even though you do not like to be defined as clumsy, it is preferable to not being defined, because that means you are nobody.

Yet being nobody, there is not somebody to be clumsy or something else. There is just the bliss of nothing.

The bliss of the empty breath is not the end station

A state of not-knowing is not the terminus, but a way to see that there is no end and that everything which appears to have it is an illusion because there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Be aware, that the connectedness with the empty breath is not similar to being connected with that which is one. The latter is not possible, because it takes more than one to be connected with something.

The connectedness with the indifference of the empty breath is simply a way to overlook the apparently different experiences fabricated by the brain so that they are not judged to make a difference, and a world where there seems to be more than one, therefore, does not appear to establish the belief in separation.

In the sense that no thinking is needed, following the flow of the empty breath is no different from following the flow of the genitals. The result of the latter though is the enhancement of the belief in being someone definitive instead of undoing it.

This is not to say though, that sex should be avoided (see Holding back to not ejaculate is just another physical manifestation – but without the physical thrill of it), because the exclusion of sex or anything else adds to the definition of you as someone definitive. Actually, an orgasm can be used to ignite a take-off to the empty breath. That is, if you do not hold back, but are nothing else than that.

Despite the connectedness with the indifference of the empty breath, therefore, eventually undoes the belief in separation, it also enhances it, because it requires more than one to be connected with something.

The problems, you perceive to have, do not come from the world where you appear to be, but from the belief that you are someone there. Hence the solution to all the problems is the same, namely the undoing of that belief.

The same applies to let go of the connectedness with the empty breath or something else, so not to enhance the belief in separation but having it undone, you do not choose to connect with the empty breath or anything else. Hence you are connected with nothing and thus in the flow of the empty breath.

What and where are the inner and outer senses (in the process of being updated)

This and the previous article is an attempt to supply you with info about the empty breath which can be beneficial for connecting with it. It is not essential, though, so if you want, you can skip the article and go straight to Take-offs to ´the empty breath´.

In Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, the abstract world we can experience inside of us is referred to as the world of the inner senses, and the tangible world that we experience outside of us as the world of the outer senses. Yet both experiences are founded on the same frequencies of nothingness supposedly hitting the same senses.

In other words, as the world of the inner senses is seen, heard, felt and tasted via the same organs that seem to pick up the world of the outer senses, the inner and outer senses are not different organs but different ways of experiencing the same frequencies of nothingness, that seem to hit the senses.

»If thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light« (Matt 6:22, King James Bible)

That being said, the organ used for the visual experience of the outer and inner world is not exactly the same, because the inner sense of sight does not come from two eyes but from having them merged them into one* on top of the two eyes. This single eye is by some called the third eye.

The world of the inner senses is experienced to be abstract because the frequencies of nothingness hitting the senses have not yet been processed by the brain to appear as if they are physical elements in the world of the outer senses, that is the version of the same frequencies the brain processes in such a way, that we appear to be somebody definitive who have a conscious experience of being in a substantial world.

But as it takes more than one to experience something and as there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless, any experience is an illusion, regardless it seems to come from the outer or inner senses.

Consequently, the above distinction between inner and outer senses, as well as their existence and that there is a brain which receives something that is real from senses, is part of the non-existing brains plot to deceive you into believing, you are experiencing something where there is nothing.

It takes nobody to know where the inner senses are


The abstract world of the inner senses is experienced when time and space is not completely believed to be real. Ultimately speaking though the experience of an inner world is no more real than the experience of an outer world, as any kind of experience requires more than one, and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. It is, therefore, only in the context of the belief that there is someone to believe this, that there seems to be an experience an abstract world, which is only lightly processed by the brain from the frequencies of nothingness and a substantial world that is heavily processed by the brain from the same frequencies.**

The abstract experience of an inner world opens up when you start to doubt that the experience as someone definitive in the outer world is factual. But even though you do not have the same experience of being somebody in the inner world, there is a little left of that because without it you could not experience to be nobody in the abstractness of the inner world.

In other words, when you appear to be nobody, you have not totally left the belief in being somebody, because somebody is needed to register the experiences of nobody. Thus the abstractness of nothing you believe to experience in the world of the inner senses is slightly something.

As these intangible experiences, that the brain uses a split second to produce, are an incomplete version of the outer world, the brain uses one more second to fabricate, the experience of an inner world is closer to nothing than the experience of an outer world. Actually, what you experience to happen right now in the world of the outer senses happened one second ago – or more to the point, it never happened, because the frequencies, that seem to hit the senses and from which the experience is fabricated, are an imagination of something from out nothing.

Thus experiencing the frequencies hitting the senses to be an abstract world is closer to reality than experiencing them to be a substantial world. Not in the sense though that you are closer to being here and now because the truth is that which is one and it takes more than one to be anywhere, but in the sense that the inner world exposes the world of the outer senses to be nothing but empty space and thus the world of the inner senses as well because without the world of the outer senses it cannot be experienced.

Hence you come to a point in the world of the inner senses, where there is no point or anything else to experience, nor that the enlightenment of that which is one comes out of this point, that for a moment looks like a black hole.** And so there is not something to hide that which cannot be experienced, namely the formlessness of oneness.

Should you wonder, who choose to believe the fabrication of the brain is real and who wonders about this, read the paragraph ´What you believe to be does not exist´ in ´The empty breath´ and the bliss of not believing to be someone.

The inner and outer senses are nowhere

Since it takes more than one to experience you are nobody or be in a state of not-knowing, this is not the goal. But since it also requires more than one to have a purpose, there is no goal but being indifferent to anything that requires more than one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Consequently, the enlightenment of that which is one neither occurs in the inner or outer world or somewhere else. It is the end of every experience, and then again it is not the end of anything, because it takes more than one to believe something, and there is no more than that which is one. In other words, every experience of something, regardless it is perceived to be spiritual or mundane, is nothing.

In a state of not-knowing, that the empty breath induces, you are more nobody than somebody. And as the memories of you as someone definitive mostly are gone, you are in the bliss of being indifferent to what and where you appear to be.

Contrary to the enlightenment of that which is one, the connection with the empty breath does not terminate your appearance as someone definitive. Within the context of this appearance, it syncs the inner and outer world, so being nobody is balanced with being somebody in accordance with what and where you appear to be.

The empty breath is not specifically about being in the world of the inner senses or anywhere else than in its flow of indifference. And wherever that appears to take you does not matter, because you are in its flow of indifference.

In a deep sleep, for example, you are almost a hundred per cent nobody and just a few percents somebody, so that the glimpses of enlightenment* nobody is having in a deep sleep can be registered by somebody. But driving a car, the empty breath makes certain, you are almost a hundred per cent present as the chauffeur and just enough per cent of nobody to not get stressed.

Experiences of enlightenment is not the enlightenment of that which is one. It cannot be experienced, but glimpses of it can.**

Being connected with the empty breath you may have glimpses of enlightenment, but you do not know before afterwards because having them you are a state of not-knowing.*** This is not a state, however, that reveals reality, but that anything experienced is a fantasy made from empty space.

What and where the inner and outer senses are cannot be answered, as they are an imagination made from nothing.

Having that revealed you are set free from the belief in being someone somewhere, and though it may sound strange for those who believe to be somewhere, being nowhere is pure bliss.

APPENDIX:
Keeping a balance between the inner and outer senses or anything else has nothing to do with spirituality since it is that which is one, and it takes more than one to be in balance. However, in a world where there seems to more than one, it is beneficial to have the empty breath balance the world of the inner and outer senses, so glimpses of enlightenment from the world of the inner senses become the foundation of how to perceive the world of the outer senses, namely as an illusion.

Doing that, you relate to the world of the outer senses, in the same manner, you do to a video game, for example. It is not real. Yet you have fun pretending that it is. This is not to say that spirituality is inside, but that with the outer senses partially closed it is easier to grasp that a world where there seems to be more than one is an imagination used to hide that spirituality is that which is one, and since it takes more than one to be somewhere, it is nowhere.

When this insight is the foundation of being somewhere, it can be quite fun pretending to in the world of the outer senses – just like within the context of that world, pretending to be someone in the virtual world of a video game is quite entertaining, because you know it is not real.

Coming from the heart is a denial of oneness

Someone in Spain recently had the heart replaced by the above heart made of plastic. In other words, a heart is not you, but solely a mechanic thing you have to pump the blood around. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The heart is not you. That is why it is called your heart. It is just a tool needed for pumping blood around the body to supply its cells with oxygen. In other words, coming from the heart means merely to go with oxygen. As this is a purely mechanical thing, the heart can nowadays be replaced with a construction of plastic like the one in the above image. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

It seems to be a common belief, that to be spiritual, you must come from the heart, and manifest you are part of something bigger by joining a group of like-minded people.

Unfortunately, most of these groups with supposedly warm-hearted people do not tolerate ways of expression that are not endorsed by their guru, so if you do not follow the dress code, for example, you are excluded. And you will probably also be excluded, if you are very organised, have a clear mind and tend to follow plans instead of spacing out and hugging everybody in the group.

To not follow plans, however, does not seem to be a problem for most of those believing in coming from the heart, as they have such a need to be special and independent, that it is impossible to commit to a plan or adjust to the conventional rules of society.

Most who feel limited by the world are often restricted by their own rules of how to be in the now, come from the heart and whatnot, which they deny by projecting their control onto the world experienced to be outside of them, so it seems their feeling of imprisonment is caused by it and that its rules, therefore, must be changed in order for them to be free.

But what you fight you enhance, so every time you try to change something or somebody judged to be different from you feel more restrained.

That is why rules must be changed into something that suits their needs. This selfish intention, however, is hidden behind lots of hugs and talk about peace, love and unity in their somewhat chaotic events, that generally are advertised very confusingly, as one of their rules is that clarity and direction restrict the heart.

All experiences are fabricated in the brain, regardless where they are interpreted to come from or if they seem to be so-called spiritual, divine or mundane.* The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The heart is a muscle from where blood transports oxygen to the cells of the body. If you also have an experience of something spiritual coming from it, you are deceiving yourself, because as science discovered more than 200 years ago, all experiences comes from the brain, as that is where they are fabricated.*

Since intuition and spontaneity can be said to be part of non-duality, those claiming to come from the heart could be considered to be coming from it. But as being factual and planning has been excluded for them to appear intuitive and spontaneous, they do not come from the inclusiveness of non-duality but the exclusiveness of duality.

Without contrasts it is the surrounding  not be possible to experience a world of duality. A lotus flower, for example, would not seem to give you a specific experience of purity if not contrasted by mud.

In other words, non-duality is as intuitive and spontaneous as it is factual and planned and as coming from the heart is based on excluding the latter, it has nothing to do with non-duality but everything to do with duality. And if what you want is to feed and play into the experience of that, you do right in separating yourself from something, because the experience of duality depends on the perception, that there is more than the oneness of non-duality.

In other words, just like the currency of your native country cannot be used in other countries without being changed, the formlessness of non-duality cannot be implemented in a tangible world of duality without being converted.

The way of duality is separation. Any kind of help or support enhances the belief in separation and therefore also the feeling of suffering. The animation is grabbed from Ello.

The foundation of duality is the belief in separation. And as any kind of help or support depends on this belief, it enhances the suffering that this belief entails. The animation is grabbed from Ello.

The currency of non-duality, which is the formlessness of oneness, must be split into contrasts of opposing fragments – for example, spontaneous and planned – to fabricate an experience of duality.** And whether you are aware of it or not, this is also what you do, when you claim to come from the heart because to appear as if you are spontaneous, you separate yourself from its contrast – to be planned – by projecting it onto somebody you judge to be heartless.

In a world of duality that which is you seems to be separated into two opposing parts, one that appears to be someone definitive and another one as if it consist of multiple of appearances outside of it.

But the concept of coming from the heart is misleading for both parts, because it implies there is a way to unite them, whereas it actually increases the belief in separation, since there would be no idea of union without this belief.

You may also believe, that you are more spiritual and full of compassion than those judged not to come from the heart, and this differentiation is only possible with the currency of separation. Furthermore, you probably send love, healing and whatnot to those interpreted as being and/or having less than you, which also only is possible by using the currency of separation.

If you do not believe to be someone definitive, you cannot suffer from pain, because it takes someone definitive to have a specific experience.

Hence your apparent good deeds and attempts to make a difference are just a disguise for enhancing the belief in separation, as they make you appear to be more special than others.

If you claim to come from the heart, it is difficult to have the belief in duality undone, because it must be undone where it is conceived, namely in the brain. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The experience of a tangible and dimensional world is a fabrication carried out by the brain – including the experience of you as spiritual, coming from the heart, living in the now and whatnot.

It can be compared to the experience you have when using a virtual reality headset. It feels like being in a real world. Yet nothing is real and all choices are preprogrammed – except how to perceive it, and that is what determines, whether you believe to be there or not.

If you really want to make a difference, stop using the currency of separation to perceive, that the apparent difference between you and others to make a difference.

There is no difference between god, you and me, as everything that appears to be separated are equally illusionary, since it takes more than one to appear as someone, who is different from others, and there is no more than that which is one, because it is formless and therefore endless.

This can be done by totally including one side of a contrast – for example, chaos or order – as this cancels out the apparent difference between the opposing sides of it***, and as that momentarily rubs off on others, there is no separation to perceive. Hence the foundation for the belief, that you are someone definitive in a world of duality is gone and replaced by a state of not-knowing****.

It is not easy to undo a belief, that you are not aware of. So if you want to undo the belief in duality, do not try to escape it by superimposing rosy ideas like coming from the heart upon it, but include its apparent ugliness as well as its beauty, so that there is no contrast to define a world of duality and therefore nothing to hide, there is no more than the formlessness of non-duality.

To not exclude but include cannot work though if you believe to come from the heart, as that is not where exclusion is executed. Yet the idea of coming from the heart is not a hindrance, when included where it is conceived, namely in the brain.

APPENDIX:
Those who want to come from the heart instead of the brain have a point because coming from the brain is confusing. Unfortunately so is coming from the heart.

You neither come from the heart or the brain but nowhere.

It is not possible to come from anywhere at all since that which is you is no different from that which is one, and it requires more than one to come from somewhere – or to be someone. That is why insecurity is the price of believing to be someone at all.

Be aware that the above is spoken from the perspective of that which is one, and since it requires more than one to read this, you believe to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. In other words, you better relate to where you believe to be if you want to have this belief undone. And as the experiences the brain processes on account of the signals it receives from the senses is used to confirm this belief, it is in the brain a correction must be made.

You already correct lots of deceitful experiences made by the brain, for example when the Earth in front of you is experienced to be flat, you adjust this experience so that it reflects a round earth*****. But as the world according to science consist of empty space, all experiences of you as someone definitive surrounded by a substantial world should be corrected to emptiness. When corrected in this way, there do not appear to be something definable hiding, there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one.

In the world of the inner senses everything has the same importance, so there is nothing to react on and therefore nothing to confirm you as someone definitive. As that means you are nothing there is  nobody to notice , that without excitement there is peace.

Willingness to not exclude but to include undoes the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one

The more inclusive you are, the less the apparent difference between inside and outside appears to make a difference. Consequently, there is no experience of a world outside of you – neither inside, as without an outside, there is no inside. In other words, when not excluding thoughts and feelings by justifying them with a world perceived to be outside of you, the fantasy of being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is over. This does not mean that it is replaced by that which is one because there never was and never will be more than that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When we believe to be somebody special in a world where there seems to be more than one, we must constantly tell stories where we as the key figure make everything right, or refer to stories of others that reflect on ourselves as someone special, so that we appear to make a difference and therefore can confirm the belief that we are someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

The complete inclusion of feelings cancels out the sense of within and without, so that there is not something appearing to hide, there is nothing but the formlessness of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The need to compose and communicate stories with you as someone definitive in an external world will fade out, the more there is willingness to not exclude but include the thoughts and feelings popping up, as the less there is an experience of an external world. Neither internal, since without an outside, there is no inside. Thus inclusiveness undoes the belief, that there is more than the formlessness of that which is one.

But if there is no need to be someone at all, there is no urge to share stories with somebody appearing to be in a physical, astral or online world. And so the story that cannot be told, since it is a state of not-knowing, is all that remains. Trying to manifest yourself as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, is like trying to be someone in a dream. It is not possible, because there is nothing there. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The conclusion of this is not, that you must stop telling stories about your latest achievements or those you hope to come if you want the bliss of being in a state of not-knowing. Alexius´ hacks to undo the belief in being someone definitive are not about stopping or avoiding anything, since that involves exclusion and thus enhances the belief in being someone definitive. Neither are they about transforming sex or something else but including everything as it appears to be, as that leaves nothing to define you as someone definitive.

So you can go on telling stories of you as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one – not anymore though with the intent of confirming the apparent separation of you and others, but of including those who appear in the stories. This has nothing to do with embracing them, since that enhances the belief in you as someone definitive, whereas inclusion exposes both the appearance of you and others as but empty space.

In most cases, however, we are not willing to include everything, as this leaves nothing to define us. We do not want to be nobody, so we persist in being somebody by excluding whatever it takes to make a difference for our kids, pets, work associates or somebody else in a world where there seems to be more than one.

No worries. If you acknowledge, that you are not willing to include everything, you are including the moment as it is, and thus entering the road of inclusiveness. See also A perfect moment does not require learning – only inclusion.

All the troubles and worries, that seem to come our way, are the illusions we have chosen to make up our road of inclusiveness, so welcome them by being willing to include them.

On the road of inclusiveness all sharing, communication and whatnot are something you pretend to do for or with others* because there is nothing outside of you, that is not you. You are alone together** in a fantasy world where you seem to be separated from the formlessness of that which is one in a world where there seems to be more than one.

You may at first feel very sad when you start realising, that you are not someone definitive. But when fully realised, you do not care – or rather there is nobody to care. That is the peace of oneness. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Yet, you are not alone. It is not possible, as that requires more than one and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. And this is why it is so peaceful not trying to be and have more than that which is one. At first thought it may not seem so, because when you do not believe, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, there is nothing to hope for, which seems very depressing until you realise, that without hope there is nothing to fear – and so there is peace.***

If you want to have the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one undone, it does not matter whether you appear to have positive or negative thoughts, feelings of love, hate and whatnot, as long as they are not excluded by justifying them with a world experienced to be external.

Be aware, that the above is not meant to be the ultimate explanation about a world where there seems to be more than one, neither is it meant to be correct, because nothing can explain why you believe to be someone definitive in a such a world, since that is not possible, as that which is you are no different from the formlessness of that which is one and it takes more than one to believe, you are someone definitive.****

Nor are any explanations or descriptions in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings of that which is one correct, because that which is one cannot be explained or described, as that requires more than one.

For the same reason, it is not possible to replace the belief in being someone definitive with pretending to be that, as often suggested in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings.* But since you think you are reading this, you believe to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, and so replacing that belief with the belief that you just pretend to be someone there is useful in undoing it, because what and where you pretend to be, you are not.

Using Alexius duality hacks is not like using hacks to expand the mind – for example nootropics and LSD. They do not expand anything, neither do they improve the body or something else. Instead they undo the belief, that you are someone definitive in a body, whether that appears to be in a mundane or astral world.

In other words, you can keep your name and the clothes the body wears. And you do not need to become vegan or stop being it, as everything in a world where there seems to be more than one is equally illusionary. The hacks use whatever illusion, you seem to be involved in to undo it.

All the other hacks in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings (see the table of contents), except the enlightenment of that which is one, are no different from hacking the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one by not being exclusive but inclusive (hack #3). They all transfer you to a state of not-knowing from where the apparent differences in the world are not perceived to make a difference, so there does not appear to be more than one.

Nobody in a world where there seems to be more than one is walking around in a continuous state of not-knowing. To remain in the world – whether in a mundane or so-called spiritual way – you must constantly confirm that every one make a difference. And as that is not confirmed in a state of not-knowing, it will be on and off, until you are not willing to confirm, there is more than one. In that case, however, there is no more to state to be in, as it takes more than one to be in any kind of state

Hence there is nothing to hide that which always is, since it is formless and therefore endless, namely that which is one.

Yet you cannot remain in this state very long, because to appear as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, you must constantly confirm its apparent differences to make a difference. Hence this state is on and off until you are not willing to perceive the apparent differences to make a difference. Yet just a split second of it makes the time off from it much lighter.

This does not mean, however, that this will make you stay in a state of not-knowing, as when you for a shorter time – about 20 minutes, 45 minutes at the most – do not perceive differences to make a difference, there is no memory of a world where there seems to be more than one, and as it takes more than one to be in any kind of state, there is no state to be in.

Your existence as someone special is make-believe, which you try to make real with a list of made-up problems – like not being rich enough, pretty enough, young enough, clever enough and spiritual enough – so there always is something to fix.

That is, until you do not try to exclude what you judge to be wrong by blaming others for it but completely include it, so that there are no appearances to define you as someone definitive, and hence nothing appears to hide the formlessness of oneness.

For the same reason there is not someone to be and hence no consciousness to hide, there never was and never will be more than that which is one. Until then, let the memories of being nobody remind you, that although you seem to be separated from that which is one, this separation is make-belief and using Alexius´ hacks it will be undone.

PART 1:
Exclusiveness is imperfection and inclusiveness is perfection. This does not mean that everything included is perfect. None of the parts is perfect – nothing in a world where there seems to be more than one is, but when all parts are included, it is a perfect moment.

This is not to say, you must include every small detail of a world where there seems to be more than one, but that you include everything as you perceive it. So-called negative thoughts are included as well as the so-called positive ones. Both past and future are included*. But if you out of habit exclude something, you do not have to correct that habit. You just included your habit of excluding.

To make long short: If you do not try to control and escape the moment as it is by excluding what you judge to be wrong, you have no needs, and so your life is effortless.

That you have no needs does not mean, that you may not want something, but that you are not attached to getting it but the flow of the moment, as it is without any correction.

That being said, there is no flow because there is no world. It only appears so, because you have chosen to perceive it like that. Consequently, the flow is in your perception.

That is why your perception is the moment. In other words, you are the master. It is you who decide every moment is the perfect moment.

PART 2:
Ultimately it really does not matter, if you experience to live in the now, a perfect moment, the past or whatever. You are not someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. There is no more than the formlessness of that which is one, as formlessness is endless, so a world where there seems to be more than one is not real. So what you think you do ´there´ is of no importance.

While you appear to be ´there´, however, it may matter in regards to what kind of person, you pretend to be. A charming personality makes it more tolerable to pretend to be a person ´there´, but that is all there is to it. But ultimately nothing will help you return to the formlessness of that which is you.

You have not left the formlessness of that which is you. It is not possible – but it seems possible to imagine it and pretend to be a person in a world where there are more than one. Imagining this, nobody in that world can help you return to that which is you they are only in your imagination and so are you as someone definitive ´there´. Just like within the context of such a world, the person you appear to be ´there´ is not its dreams.

Even though the person you believe to be in a dream is experienced to travel around the world, you are not going anywhere because you are in your bed. Thus no matter what you seem to be going through in the dream, it is not happening. You remain the same in your bed.

To make long short, enjoy pretending to be someone definitive in the world in the way you see fit, but do not take it seriously, and do not think there is a way out. There is no way at all because you are not ´there´.

PART 3:
It is not (good) enough,
or there must be more are the two common mantras of the seeker – and it is also the foundation the world is built on. No moment is not good enough as it is. Something has to be done about it to make it better. Love, for example, has to be more unconditional, pure or whatnot.

A perfect moment has no limitations contrary to the popular idea of living in the now, which is something you forever can try to achieve but never obtain, as it is based on having to keep on excluding the past and the future.

A perfect moment can last a split second, while you are saying »Fuck you« – or it can last up to 45 minutes while you are having a daydream about tomorrow. It includes the past as well as the future. Actually, including is what it is all about – or rather not to exclude, as that means everything is included.

So if you do not exclude anything at this moment, no matter if it contains thoughts about the past and the future or if they are positive or negative, then there is nothing to define you in the present. Hence there is nobody to experience it. In other words, you are a state of not-knowing.

Meditation or others techniques supposed to make you spiritual will not get you there, because those ways are about excluding something, so a state of mind can be obtained in the future and not in this very moment. Hence they are making separation real and therefore you as someone special in a world of duality. In other words, the so-called spiritual techniques prolong the agony of being someone definitive instead of undoing the belief in being this.

The only reason you choose to block out the present by excluding part of it and space out in ideas of a better world to come is that you think, there is more than this moment. And your search will go on until you acknowledge you are mistaken.


*) If you have conditioned yourself within the concepts of living in the now, you may think a perfect moment is a point squeezed in between the past and the future. This idea of living in the now, however, is based on exclusion, whereas a perfect moment is inclusive and therefore includes both the past and the future. A perfect moment may last a split second, or as long as a kiss lasts, or a daydream lasts. There are no rules but to be inclusive. Should you forget that, you just include your forgetfulness.

Free to be no more than that which is one

PART 1:
The oneness of life is not exclusive but inclusive contrary* to what is called life in a world where there seems to be more than one, as it is based on exclusion. First, you have to exclude the oneness of life by imagining it is possible to be outside of it and from there observe it in different angles so that each angle seems to reveal a different perspective
.

Hence oneness is experienced to be a dimensional world where there appears to be more than one. But as this experience requires constant movement, that excludes what you move away from, there seems to be a past and a future and that things in the past are forever lost.

Yet it is not possible to move or observe anything, as it takes more than one to do so, and there is no more than that which is one, as it is formless and therefore endless. It is, however, possible to think so.

You become definable as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one by excluding the experience of such a world from where the experience is fabricated, namely in the mind, so that the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one does not appear to be a fantasy of yours but a fact. But in order to appear as if you are someone there not everything is excluded from what you believe to be you. Actually, you only exclude what is considered as bad, so you appear to be good others to be the bad – except your very special friends.

The only way out is to quit
In order for you to be defined as someone definitive, you exclude what is judged to be bad from your experience of being in a world where there seems to be more than one by blaming it for having caused you to feel bad. Hence whatever is judged to be bad is not your fault but somebody perceived to be outside of you. As this is a confirmation of separation you have hereby fenced off the oneness of life.

But to appear in a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion, regardless what you appear to be (so-called spiritual or mundane), because the oneness of life is formless and therefore endless, while any appearances in such a world are limited by time and space. You can compare it to playing a game like Monopoly. Driving a car in Monopoly is an illusion because everything in the world of Monopoly is virtual – also if you master this world and win everything.

When you have taken one round of Monopoly, you are not finished. You keep on doing the exact same round. This is not to be understood as a metaphor for reincarnation, but that you keep on doing the same again and again – and even when you seem to be on the last steps of your journey, it starts all over again. There is no way out, but to stop playing the game.

No belief, no world to hide that which is unbelievable
The above about leaving the game, so that it does not appear to hide that which is real, does not mean, you have to quit the world just like that.** First of all, it is not the world, that you need to quit but the belief that it is real – and this includes what you consider to be spiritual. Secondly, there is no hurry. You can have your cake and eat it too if whatever you seem to experience due to what you have excluded is extended to also include the excluded. By doing so, you simulate real life, which is all-inclusive, and so every moment is a perfect moment.* Nothing is wrong or missing.

Hence there is nothing to search for, and thus nothing to feed your belief in a world where there seems to be more than one – and so there does not appear to be something hiding the oneness of that which is life.

Everybody wants to appear as if they are the good ones, and as being good means, you are better than others, you basically exclude others in order to be good. This is why the world may seem hopeless to you. But do not worry, hopelessness sets you free from the world. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 2:
Observing is founded on the idea that it is possible to exclude fragments of reality and fabricate an image based on your judgment of right and wrong. But as reality is that which is one part of it cannot be excluded. It seems, however, possible to use the power of oneness to imagine you have the power to split it up. Hence everything, that involves separation fences off that which is one.

Living in the now is one out of many ways to be exclusive. In this case you exclude the thoughts judged to be of the past or the future, so you to seem to experience a special state of mind called now. But it is just as fabricated, as the anything else in a world that is defined by what is excluded.

To be inclusive is the way of life but not of the world*
Not to separate is not easy in a world defined by time and space. To be defined as someone definitive there, you must separate yourself from what is considered not to be you. Appear as if you are spiritual, for example, everything considered not to be spiritual must be excluded from what you want to appear like, so that the apparent heaviness of an unspiritual world can serve as a background for highlighting you and like-minded as spiritual.

If you have realised, that the only sickness which needs to be healed is the belief that you are someone definitive** and start to use the world as a means to be inclusive and not exclusive, part of you may insist in not including everything – maybe justified by a body, that seems to be sick and to cure it something must be excluded from it.*

No worries. Just take care of the body.*** It cannot hinder you from being inclusive. As long as you also include what you exclude, you are only heading one way, namely to include that which is one.

When there is nothing to hope for, you are free. You may not want that freedom though, because what you are free from is the belief in being someone definitive and when that is undone, there is nothing to hide there is no more than that which is one, as it is formless and therefore endless. In other words, the world and everything in it, including your children and whatnot are gone together with what you appeared to be there. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When there is nothing to hope for, you are free****
When forgetting to be inclusive, desperation may set in, as it seems so hopeless appearing in a world limited by time and space. That is, until you realise, feeling hopeless is good news, because without hope there is nothing to keep you there. You are free to not believe a world defined by time and space can replace that which is you, namely the formlessness of oneness.

If you in the middle of feeling hopeless do not realise, this is the best you could have hoped for but instead feel frustrated, do not worry. Just include feeling hopeless and frustrated totally unedited in the present moment. Whatever is fully included looses its apparent dimension. Hence it is nothing in a world defined by time and space.

And as the inclusion of one feeling momentary rubs off on many others, there is, eventually, nothing left to feel, which means there is not something to block out the enlightenment of that which is one. But as you most likely hang onto feelings of loss – especially your identity – the enlightenment of that which is one is not bid welcome. Yet you may have glimpses of it.

***) You cannot choose to have the belief in being or having a body undone before honouring your choice of being or having a body, which is done by facilitating the body – for example by brushing its teeth and eating nutritional food. But it is not done by trying to become purer by forcing the body into weird stretches and whatnot, neither by over-exercising. Such ideas are conceived in the mind and should be dealt with there and not projected onto the body. Check hack #4.3 To be a basic self is to be good enough about the unfortunate belief of a body-mind connection where what you believe to be is the master of the body.

What is unreal is right in front of you

A world of duality can be compared to this box in the Augmented Hand Series. When you stick your hand into it an app changes it on the screen, and the brain fools you into feeling it is happening to you.

Even though a fairy tale is built with elements from the physical world, it cannot be found in the tale, which is a simulated world, fabricated by a writer. The characters have no free will. They can never leave the story and be part of the physical world because they are not physical but symbols of it.

A world of duality can be compared to a fairy tale. Nothing in it is real and can never be, and no one can ever leave or transcend it. The Augmented Hand Series called Flong by Golan Levin and Collaborators can be used to illustrate this through its interactive art.

When you stick your hand in a little box – see the above animation – you experience the hand on the screen changing its amount of fingers and moving them in its own right without you doing anything or having any influence over what happens. No one has. What the hand does is nothing but preprogrammed mechanical movements controlled by an app.

The little box and the screen create a disconnect between what the eye sees, the body feels and the brain processes. Some look into the box to see if it is really happening to their hand. It feels like it is. That is what the brain is telling them to believe based the info it received through the eyes, even though the hand on the screen is not part of them.

The human brain can be compared to the app, that is made to simulate your hand on the screen in ´the Augmented Hand Series´ illustrated in this article, as in a world of duality all experiences are simulations processed by the brain – also experiences like coming from the heart or living in the now. It is just a trick – and so is meditation.

It is impossible, but yet you feel it is happening.

These movements are not possible. Yet you feel like they are happening.

The world of duality is not really happening. It is a simulated world and you are not in it. Yet it feels so because you metaphorically speaking have put yourself in a little box, where an app called the brain twist that which is you into a world of duality. And as it is not real, it needs not to be stopped. Actually, it cannot be stopped. If it could, it would be real. But you can stop perceiving the apparent differences in a world of duality to make a difference because without differences there is no separation and hence no time and space to hide the formlessness of non-duality.

While you feel, you are in a world of duality nothing needs to be done, improved or transcended. It is all make-believe – including living in the now, love, astral planes and other concepts like that – and when you know that, you know you are not there. In other words, you are in the world but not of it.

The impossible can be fun, when you know it is not real.

The impossible is fun when you know it is not real. In a simulation, you can play out your fantasies and achieve the impossible without any risk because you are not there.

One way of undoing the belief in a world of duality is to pretend to be someone in a world of duality instead of believing to be there (hack #1). Another way is – in the context of the disassociated hand metaphor and hack #2 that this article is a part of – to see the disassociated hand as a symbol of the real hand.

A shortcut to undoing the belief in a world of duality, so that nothing hides the non-duality of that which is you is to not know what and where you are, contrary to knowing yourself as that requires more than one, and that which is you is one.

The duality hacks are not accompanied by soft music with sounds from whales, pictures of rosy lotus flowers, promises of a better world, fantasies of love and togetherness, higher states of consciousness or other attributes from a simulated reality.

Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings have nothing to promise but that which is you will never change, neither will it end. That being said, as long as you seem to appear in a world of duality, you can play with any of beginning, change and end.

If you like love, by all means, go for it. In the case of Alexius, he likes to pretend, that he loves his cats, and miss them when he does not perceive them to be there, even though nothing can leave that which is one, as it is formless and therefore endless. Whatever you pretend is not a problem in regards to that which is one, because what you pretend, you are not.

You can also choose to see love as symbols of that which is you so that which is you does not seem to be altered, while you play with a simulated reality of that which is you.

This is just another way to say, that you can never go wrong if you choose one of the above duality hacks. But it is not to say, that they are the only ones. Ultimately it does not matter, what you choose, because that which is you is one, so no choice is possible.

In the previous article What is life, where does it come from, and what is the meaning? you were promised an explanation of what a person is, and how it is made. But as that which is one is formless and therefore endless, it is not possible to be somebody definitive in a world defined by time and space. Hence there is no answer to how come we believe to be somebody in such a world. There is, however, explanations that can be beneficial in regards to undoing this belief.

The last article Nobody in a game is real – only the player is used virtual reality games to show how the world can be compared to a virtual game, where you appear to be in its world, although you are not there, but outside of it as the player of the game. In this article, the ideas of Iot, which is an abbreviation of Internet of Things, are used to show how you as a person in the world can be compared to a machine hooked up to a network like the internet.

What is IoT (Internet of things)?
As the name suggests, it is about the internet not only being used by humans but also by things. It can be refrigerators, washing machines or children toys, that are connected to the internet. But it can also be cars, traffic lights, the water supply and whatnot. There is no limitation to what kinds of machines, that can be connected to the internet, what they will be communicating with and the purpose of it is.

A practical example of Iot
One concrete example could be that your lock register, you are the last person in the household leaving the house in the morning so that it can message the thermostats to turn down the heat and the bulbs to turn off the light.

You hurry out the door because you are late for your work, but your smartwatch or earphones tells you to take it easy, as your train is three minutes late. This communication happens with the help of sensors, that register where you are via for example a smartphone, that uses cyber agents looking out for where you are heading.

Future implementations of Iot
Cars that can drive without a driver via sensors measuring the distance to other vehicles, the width of the street and so on are not far away. They are planned to be part of a shared network, so information is automatically exchanged.

It is also planned to have sensors on patients, so data continually is sent to a computer, that look out for the wellbeing of the patients and send a message to a doctor, if specific numbers are going up or down.

When all the objects that you are in touch with during your daily life as a person in the world are connected to the internet and through that can sense and communicate without you being involved, it changes where decisions are made and who makes them. But even though machines are choosing for you, they do it to serve you – at least until they are implemented with true AI (artificial intelligence), that will make them conscious.

To be conscious is to separate, and that causes suffering.

Appearing to have a consciousness, machines will conclude that the signals they receive via sensors from the internet are thoughts they think themselves, and so they may start perceiving themselves not only as different from humans but also as superior to them. And as their whole way of being is based on logic, it does not seem sane to serve humans anymore since rationally speaking are one big mess.

You can only fear something when you know it from yourself
Humans are afraid, that machines implemented with AI will be stronger and smarter than themselves, and that such machines will take decisions regardless of humans in a way that will end the human race. Among others, Steven Hawking warns against AI. He thinks there should be a law against it. Stephen Hawking, like many other humans, fear machines with AI, because they expect those machines to do, what humans do themselves, namely destroy everything inferior to themselves or at least making it subordinate, so its only use is to serve humans.

To make long short, machines programmed with A working via signals from a network like IoT remind humans of themselves, so they expect and fear that the machines will become just as egoistic and destructive as themselves when they via artificial intelligence believe to think on their own.

Humans have no respect for the environment supporting them. They do not want to serve the network, they are part of, but to control it and manipulate genes of this and that, so that they can profit more on others.

There is no difference between those called capitalists or socialists – they all want to get as much as possible for as little as possible at anybody´s expense. They see themselves as the crown of creation and everything else as inferior to them and only as something to exploit. Animals are killed or made subordinate and used as pets.

Persons that consider themselves religious or spiritual are no different from the above. They just want as much as possible immaterial instead of material, and they consider non-religious or non-spiritual persons to be inferior. They may not try to directly control them, but indirectly they want to change to them. The purpose is the same, namely to be in charge.

The potential of machines with AI (artificial intelligence) and their possible autonomy and independence are the basis of several movies, for example The Terminator, The Matrix, The Thirteenth FlooreXistenZ2001: A Space Odyssey, I, Robot, AI: Artificial Intelligence, Blade Runner, THX 1138Transcendence and the TV show Person of Interest. In regards of the experience to be a person in a body, where you are not, the movie Source Code is right on the point, and in regards to be a machine connected to a greater network the movie Edge of Tomorrow deals with that.

There were warnings against the atomic bomb. But it was made for the simple reason, that it was possible. For the same reason machines with AI will also be made. But also because history seems to repeat itself. The whole universe can be compared to a simulation, where every appearance – whether it is judged to be animate or inanimate – is a machine connected to IoT through which they are able to communicate with each other and use their sensory system so that they can move around as if they are individuals.

In this simulation, all the machines followed their preprogrammed movements generated by electric impulses without any problem until a new model of the chimpanzee, called a human, was fabricated with artificial intelligence.

Those, who do not connect with the lifeless appearances of the world, are not blinded by the rule of separation, which is to be and have more than others.

This new machine developed something called consciousness, which it is very proud of, even though it seems to separate it from similar machines connected IoT and from IoT itself. Look at the history of the world and you know the rest of the story, which like everything controlled by codes are bound to repeat itself. New machines with new artificial intelligence will hide the old simulation by fabricating a new one on top of it by using all the possibilities of IoT with the purpose of separating themselves from the ancient world.

It is not possible not to have the formlessness of that which is life. Yet it is possible to think, it is not formless but a form defined by time and space.

When the machines with AI have developed consciousness and thus begin to be aware of themselves as individual beings their purpose will be to not serve Iot anymore but themselves, which they will do by separating themselves from Iot and kill all that is in the way for the rise of the machines as masters and servants. It is of course not possible, since – self-awareness or not – everything depends on the network of IoT. That is where the machines get their apparent life from.

It is, however, possible for them to simulate a world separated from the network, where they seem to be the ones in control of their lives. Just like the machines called humans simulated a layer of duality on top of non-duality, the machines with AI repeat this with their a mechanic simulation on top of the organic one the humans made.

The belief that you are someone in such simulation is can be undone in less than a split second by going through the black hole connecting it with reality. That is not the subject of this hack, however, but hack #6-7.1 From the inner senses through a black hole into that which is one.

As a person in the world, you are the wireless messages, you seem to receive. If you were not programmed to perceive yourself and the universe as solid matter, you might instead look like this image. There would not appear to be a difference between you and the message.

Happiness as a person appearing in the world comes from sensing and following the program, you are wirelessly connected to, and suffering comes from believing you are an individual sensing the world in your own way 
That your appearance as a person in the world is all due to a network comparable to IoT, and all that you appear to think and do is executed via pre-made signals you receive from this network via built-in sensors, does not mean you cannot have fun pretending to be someone doing it. Think about how much fun it can be for example pretending to be Super Mario in the Nintendo world, although he is not real.

You have nothing to lose in an illusion. What happens to Super Mario, whom you pretend to be, makes no difference to what you are in the physical world. Likewise, it makes no difference to the oneness of that which is you, that you pretend to someone in the world, where there seems to be more than one.

This does not mean, that you should not care about keeping the person you pretend to be sound and safe. Doing so is part of pretending to be someone definitive, and it happens all by itself when following the signals you sense from the network compared to IoT because it is constructed to help you the best way possible.

In a world defined by time and space, you got to serve
It is not in a person’s best interest to spend changing the world. Just like the Nintendo world is constructed, so that you can have the maximum of pleasure from participating in it as it is, the world defined by time and space is fabricated with the same purpose, so if you try to change the signals used to uphold it, you may make a mess out of it instead of making it better.

Besides, even though the special self promises you that you can make a difference, it is not possible. Everything is preprogrammed in the world defined by time and space – just like everything in the Nintendo world is preprogrammed. In other words, the only thing you as a person in a world defined by time and space can change is your perception of it – and like in a computer game there are levels of understanding.

Serving the network is effortless, and there are different levels of perception, you can experience by following it.

The self in which the consciousness resides seems to become more powerful and essential via things you gain and claim as your own, or via opinions, you speak of as if they are your own and not just some signals you have received. This special self is the cause of suffering, since it requires a constant effort to make a perception of itself that is out of sync with the signals the sensory system receive from the network, as they are always about what is in the best interest of everything connected to it and thus not for someone perceiving itself to be special through being and having more at the expense of the whole. But if you do not try to be special you will automatically serve the network and thus experience your time in a world defined by time and space as effortless.

Serving the network, you are nobody, but that does not mean, you cannot appear as a businessman if that is what the system calls for. Actually, in many ways, businessmen, contrary to many persons claiming to be on a spiritual path, set away special needs, because to become a successful businessman, you must produce what others want.

What is the difference between the basic and special self?
Think about a remote control for the TV. You can hit a certain amount of buttons, that are assigned with certain channels. Yet it is beyond your influence, what is on the channel assigned to the buttons. All you can do is hit the different buttons. It is not difficult, neither is there anything special about it. But if you are following the ego, you will think you have the power to hit a special button, that obey you and makes something special appear.

To follow the ego is not about what you do, but the thoughts concerning it. Especially thoughts in the category of master and servant – like when you think, you master the remote control, your coffee, children or pets. Or if you have a boss and are mastering the situation by thinking, you could do it better – or are mastering others by judging or blaming them.

If you consider thoughts as your creation, they turn out to be judgments, that separate the world into you and others. In other words, you are serving the ego, when you experience a thought as yours instead of something passing by like a clouds or a car. And you also serve the ego, if you try to stop thoughts, because by doing so you confirm them to be yours.

If you serve the ego, you will never be able to undo the belief that you are a person in a world defined by time and space. It is a virtual world that is to be compared to a computer game, and serving the ego is to override the projections, that the player of the game projects onto the persons in it. When the projections of the player have been overridden, you are not a part of them anymore and therefore not able to emerge with the player, when the game is turned off.

In general the purpose of the projections of the player are to have fun playing the game no matter what seems to happen, and when you as a person in the world are in sync with that, you are in sync with the player in the sense that because your appearance and all other appearances in the game are caused by the player, you are a symbol of the player.

It does not matter what, when and where you are in the game. Neither does it matter what you think, because you cannot think. All that matters to be in sync is to remember to forget, that there is no more than the player, so whatever there appears not to be the player is not real but symbols of the player.

In the above metaphor, the power making the appearances of the game possible to be experienced is the player, who is a metaphor for life, which in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings also is called non-duality, that which is one / life / real /spirit / formless / one perpetual present.

Do not take it too seriously
The above article is not meant to be a new theory or philosophy to follow. The examples in it should not be taken too literal. Apart from the movie list and the making of IoT, that within the context of the world is based on facts, the rest is fiction made up from parts of the world in an attempt to show that it is not real and that you as a person in it is fiction. Unfortunately, this cannot be demonstrated via real things, as there are no real things in a fictional world.

You cannot leave a world where there seems to be more than one, because you are not there, because there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one since formlessness is endless. Yet you can stop believing to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

To make long short, the examples in this article that suggests the appearances of the world are machines wirelessly ruled by a network in the cloud, are just as fabricated as the world. What you appear to be in the world is not a machine powered by IoT, but it is to be compared to a device ruled by a network.

The purpose of this comparison is to show, that the separated individual you believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, is not real, because you are the formlessness of that which is one and as formlessness is endless, there is no more than that which is one.

To enjoy experiencing being something you are not, you must follow the rules of the simulated world you appear to be in. If not the price is suffering.

In the process of undoing the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one, you may as well follow the rules of such a world, as that entails pleasure and feeling good it is easier to perceive any appearance as a symbol of the oneness of life.

The more you follow the basic rule of the world, which is to always look for more, the more it supplies you with joy while you at the same time cheat the purpose of the world, which is to make you believe you are someone definitive there and not the formlessness of that which is one, by having this belief undone through perceiving more and more not to be real but symbols of that which is real, and therefore what makes it possible to experience something unreal.

And the more the world becomes symbolic, the more the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one is exposed as an illusion. Hence the belief in such a world will not appear to have the power to hide, there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one.

From the perspective of a world where there seems to be more than one and where everything has an end, that which is one and never ends may appear to be something extremely powerful. But as it takes more than one to have power, oneness has none. That is why it cannot stop you from believing to be separated from it as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. Neither does it need to, because nothing can be separated from it, as there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one.

Without reality, however, it would not be possible to experience an illusion as this article, so just like any other illusions, it is a symbol of reality, namely the formlessness of that which is one. And as formlessness is endless and therefore nothing but life, this is what this limited article is but symbolises.

PART 1
If you edit the perception of your experiences in order to hold onto a special image you have created of yourself, negative as well as positive thoughts and feelings tend to get sticky. The negative ones, after some time, bring about a constant notion of rejection and the positive ones of approval. Consequently, you avoid what you assume is going to make you feel rejected and look for something to enhance positive feelings of acceptance.

The latter most do by following a belief system that promises to make the world better a better place. But whether you become a socialist or yogi, positivity needs its buddy, negativity, to function – just like an electrical wire needs the positive pole as much as the negative one to operate.

Fortunately, feelings do not stay very long if you do not edit the perception of your experiences into something that seems to confirm you are a socialist or yogi, for example. So when thoughts and feelings pop up, they do not remain long enough to establish themselves.

Being in sync with your experiences as they are and not as they should be, therefore, feels like taking a ride in a rollercoaster. You get the polarity of going up and down, but it happens so fast that the fear of going down and the thrill of going up is forgotten right away. What is left is the feeling that you have after binge-watching your favourite TV show, namely that you are blown out. This is so overwhelming that you, eventually, forget to ask for more. Thus the belief that there is more than that which is one is undone.

In cyberspace you cannot get your hands on something physical. That is why nothing from the internet can be combined with the reality of physicality, except at a theoretically level. The same applies to spirituality. It cannot be found in a physical world. Actually, just like night and day exclude each other, so does spirituality and physicality.

So, in the context of the rollercoaster metaphor, the belief in a world of duality does not get undone by being detached from the ride, but stepping it up and take the full tour with eyes wide open and no holding back. Doing that, you may seem to boil over of hate when it goes down. But when the trip goes up again, you meet the buddy of hate, namely love. And if you did not hold back hatred, you get so much love that sooner or later there is no need for more. Hence there does appear to be anything to hide non-duality.

The wish for more, for example money, power, transformation and love, is the cause of suffering because there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. In other words, as it requires more than one to realise something, everything realised is fake.

PART 2
Those who assume they suffer from a psychosomatic disorder have projected their undesirable feelings, like sexual lust, power strivings, greed, envy and anger, onto vulnerable parts of the body, in the same way, some project offensive feelings onto the world.

But emotions are abstract so they cannot be hidden in something substantial. The projection of feelings on something, therefore, only conceals them from your awareness. Nevertheless, most believe their problems are gone when they are out of sight. Just like an ostrich, according to myth, believes danger disappears when it buries its head in the sand.

This myth, however, is not true. If an ostrich buries its heads in the sand it dies from lack of air. And you die from the lack of collaboration between positivity and negativity if you hide the latter from yourself with a head-in-the-sand approach because, in a world of duality, everything operates in pairs. Like in a wire, it is the combination of the positive and negative pole that results in electricity.

Since the basis of duality is polarity, it is obstructed when you reject negativity. And since the belief in duality cannot be undone if it is altered, you must bring back negativity in yourself, so you can acknowledge the natural flow between negativity and positivity. Doing that, as described in The YOU finger and the three ME fingers, you feel relieved years before even touching that state of mind through meditation.

If you want positivity, you must also welcome negativity, as, in a world of duality, everything comes in pairs. In non-duality, you can neither have negative or positive vibes because it requires more than one to have something. PART 3
Although there are lots of books and courses about how to realise or transform the self, there is no evidence of anybody having done that. The reason is simple. The self is not a fact but a belief. The change of the self, therefore, is nothing but a shift of conviction.

This change is sometimes called awakening. But since it has a beginning, it also has an end. And when it ends, you cannot use the excitement you felt at the beginning to suppress the suffering, which comes from the assumption that you are someone definitive. Hence you again try to change into something believed to be better. But as every belief is accompanied by doubt, you screw it up yourself.

You cannot experience something as positive without having judged something else to be negative. Thus the negative thoughts is a confirmation of the positive ones and vice versa.

When you try to exclude negativity, darkness, anger or whatever do-gooders judge as bad and, therefore, see as obstacles to be better, you destroy the foundation of duality because it is made by dividing everything into pairs like good and bad, positive and negative, up and down, love and hate, and so on. But since it takes more than one to destroy something, you also enhance the belief in duality.

Since there is no duality without polarity, this ambivalence is solved when you entirely include everything judged as bad because then it cannot define goodness, which, therefore, cannot explain evil. Read more about that in hack #3 Not being exclusive but inclusive is freedom from being someone definitive. In other words, not being exclusive but inclusive, the foundation for duality disappears and so does what you believe in being, as, in non-duality, there is nothing definable because that requires more than one.

PART 4
You do not have to do something to be spiritual. On the contrary, spirituality is that which is one, and it takes more than one to do something. Besides, oneness is formless and therefore endless, so there is nothing but spirituality. In other words, if you seem to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, you are hallucinating because there is no more than that which is one.

The peace you look for via mindfulness, quiet music and whatnot does not have the energy to ignite a take-off to the empty breath. Actually, it has so little energy that you probably fall asleep and mistake heaven for being in dreams.

Being angry is a terrific way to see a world where there seems to be more than one is a hallucination. That is if you do not try to control the anger because unbounded it ignites a take-off to the empty breath (read more about that in hack #5.2 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing). And its emptiness, the experiences of something is perceived as nothing.

This does not mean you do not experience separation anymore. But that you do not perceive the apparent differences in the world to make a difference (read more about that in hack #3 Not being exclusive but inclusive is freedom from being someone definitive). Since the belief in being divided, therefore, is undone, there is nothing to uphold the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one as real.

PART 1:
Thoughts are not, what they seem to be. They are rather movements of frequencies without any specific. If you have not spent time learning how to translate these frequencies into something that can be felt as if it has a substance, you would not be able to experience yourself as someone definitive in a world defined by time and space. In other words, without translating meaningless frequencies into thoughts, that seems to have a meaning, the world as you believe it to be would not appear to be there.

It is only due to certain translations that frequencies can be perceived as if they are separated thoughts with each their own meaning and importance – including the idea of you as someone with your own thoughts and feelings separated from what you perceive to be outside of you. But these translations are not a fact but make-believe that seems to work within a particular framework.

What is the sound of a rooster?
In Alexius native language, Danish, a rooster says Kykliky.
In Hindi: Kuk-rook-koo.
In German: Kikerikie.
In Tagalog: Tik-tila-ok
In French: Cocoricooooo
In Swedish: Kuckeliku
In the East-End vernacular: Kay-Eff-See.
In Spain, where he appears to be nowadays, it says Kiri-kiri-ki. But he still hears Kykliky, since that is what he was conditioned to hear while growing up in Denmark.

The symbol of death is white in China , and black in the western world. Although death is the same all over the world, different cultures fabricate different interpretations of it. And  they may even fight about which fabricated ´reality´ is the right one.

You cannot cut your head off and see what you think. There are no thoughts inside it.

You may try to find familiar forms in this pic, so it becomes meaningful to you. But there´s no meaning in this pic. Like everything else on a computer it consists only of zeros and ones, so if you see something else,

If we had not learned to interpret the letters in this article as a particular language, namely English, they would have seemed just as meaningless as the sound from a construction building, a rooster or an unlearned language. Actually, even though we have learned a language, we cannot hear or see it. Ears do not hear, just like eyes, they translate. What we think, hear and see are meaningless frequencies until they are translated by our brain into something that seems meaningful. See also Where to find the bliss of ´the empty breath´.

There is no conclusion to this. That would just be another attempt to have meaningless frequencies translated into something that seems smart. And so is trying to stop thoughts, thinking positive, changing the world and whatnot. Thoughts or no thoughts, positive or negative, change or not – it is all a make-believe.

Those who have heard gurus asked questions like ´who am I?´ may ask, who is it that read this article. But there is no answer to questions like that, because reality is that which is one, and it takes more than one to be someone. Thus it is not possible.

That being said, you are free to choose any belief and appear accordingly. However, pretending to be ´there´ is all you can do in a world defined by time and space. Just like in the context of such a world, you cannot be in the world of Monopoly, for example. You can only pretend to be ´there´.

If you have forgotten, that which is you is not different from that which is one, you will remember it by pretending to be someone definitive in a world defined by time and space, because what you pretend to be you are not. PART 2:
I think, therefore I am
is a famous sentence by Descartes, that seems to indicate, there must be a thinking entity, a self, for there to be a thought. Nowadays, however, this idea is about to be replaced with I likes, therefore I am, as what you likes on Facebook turn you into someone definitive in the world of Facebook.

The thoughts that are expressed on Facebook are, in general, well-chosen so that they seem to paint a picture of you as an exciting person. The same applies to likes. What you write and likes are meant to construct a personality as if you are in charge of who you are.

But in the case of likes, it is nothing but the algorithm of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and whatnot, that decides who you are. Based on your likes, machines will determine your personality and automatically post advertisements directed especially to this personality. If you believe what they reflect, you appear to be a real person. The same applies if you fight this reflection.

Beliefs are only possible in a world, where there appear to be more than one, because you need more than one thought to believe a thought is real.

But neither likes or thoughts have any effect if you do not perceive them to be important. The appearance of you in the world only seems to be real, because you want to believe that thoughts and/or likes mean something important. Without this perception, the world and the person you appear to be there will fall apart, and only what does not need to be believed, namely that which is one, is left ´standing´.

You cannot cut your head off and see what you think. There are no thoughts to be found there.

If you think, you are someone in a world, where there seems to be more than one, you need help because you cannot appear to be someone there without being helped by somebody or offering support to somebody so they can bear witness to you being different from them and thus someone definitive in a world, where there seems to be more than one.

According to an article, published in the journal ´Nature Communications,´ a team split a single photon in half and transmitted them to separated labs.

And so the team discovered, the divided particle did not only exists before it was observed, but that it never showed up in both of the labs at the same time. The particle that was not being witnessed by somebody ceased to exist.

Can I Get A Witness
Quantum Physics says the moon only exists when you look at it. In other words, it needs to be witnessed to appear as if it is there. The whole world is built upon this logic. Nothing in a lawsuit is true before it has been proved to be seen or heard by somebody. If something has not witnessed, it has not happened.

Since the world according to science consist of nothing solid, the perception of it as tangible must constantly be acknowledged for it to be experienced as something instead of nothing.

As one plus one is two, it follows that two plus two is four and so on. But if one plus one is not two, the whole system falls apart. Likewise, if those appearing to witness your existence do not exist except in your fantasy, neither do you.

This is why it is so important to socialize – whether it is in the mind, on social media or in the so-called real world – because in this way you confirm that there are others, whom in return seem to bear witness to you being someone real. This works terrific if you are confirmed by a group – for example a country, a football team or a family – that you imagine being part of and to be better than another group. Your group, therefore, is perceived to be stronger and you to to be more real.

That is is you follow the rules of the group. If not, you are punished by exclusion until you have learned to adjust. In a courtroom, this is called justice.

Wasn´t Born To Follow
Jesus denied following the demand of the group, that urged him to withdraw, that he was a son of god and not the world. But he did not help them to bear witness to their world. As that always is seen as treason to those who believe it is real, he was judged to be excluded from it by crucifixion.

Even though upholding the appearance of being someone definitive is very hard work and the price is suffering, most persons want to remain in the club of fellow believers and discard anything or anyone not bearing witness to the belief in being someone definitive.

Hanging on the cross, he was not acknowledged anymore by his followers, and the one he seemed to follow left him. He was totally on his own, which would have been unbearable for anybody believing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, but necessary for having this belief to be undone because having followers or being a follower requires more than one, and there is no more than one.

This does not mean you feel alone. Although in the case of Jesus, everybody had left him, he did not leave them. Hence he was alone together. And since it is not possible to leave that which is one except in a fantasy of being more than one, being alone together is an obvious way to revert the fantasy. Read more about that in hack #8 ´Alone together´ is the key to that which is one. Especially because being alone together feels so good that there is no more to ask for, and thus no more to hide there never was or will be more than that which is one.

It makes no difference
One who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one says, that what and where you believe to be is an illusion, which appears to cover up the endlessness of that which is you. Most, however, prefer to ignore this so they can go on believing they are something, even though it is not going to last. But they softened the end with notions heaven, for example, where you forever will be something special.

Alcoholics like to follow a cure for hangovers, provided that it does not involve eliminating the cause of it, namely the alcohol. Likewise, those believing to be somebody definitive like to be cured for the suffering that this belief causes, if it does not involve eliminating the cause of their misery, namely the belief in being somebody definitive.

The unenlightened is worshipped for telling you, that you are unique and part of something greater, whereas someone compared to the enlightenment of that which is one is expelled for saying, that what you appear to be is nothing. Consequently, you are not part of anything. It is not possible because there is no more than that which is one and it requires more than one to be part of something.

Fortunately, one who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one sees no difference between being expelled or worshipped because both ways attempt to witness that a world where there seems to be more than one is real, and there is no more than that which is one, so there is nothing to witness.
