The empty breath is your best friend. This may not always be your experience, though, because it is of no help in regards to what and where you appear to be. Yet it helps you to see everything through its eyes of indifference, so you feel good no matter what and where you seem to be. The animation is grabbed from the web.

The empty breath is a life jacket you got from that which is one when you left it to be and have more than that. This, of course, is a metaphor because you cannot leave oneness. There is nothing else than that since it is formless and therefore endless. Yet it seems possible, imagining to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

When connected with the empty breath, what you seem to receive from the world is always the same, because you receive what you give and you give what you have, namely the indifference of the empty breath.

This life jacket, the empty breath, loves you unconditionally. Thus it is not bothered by what and where you believe to be. Actually, it does not even see that. It is a fantasy that only can be seen by those believing to be somebody definitive. And it has no way of believing something because it is nothing. Consequently, this is what it sees.

To see nothing is to love everything and thus feel loved by nothing. That is why the empty breath does not crave love from anybody. You, however, need to love it if you want to feel, you are unconditionally loved as someone definitive.

Feeling the connectedness with the empty breath, you probably forget to check the lottery, for example. And when you do, you smile regardless you won or not, because in the flow of the empty breath, you arw indifferent to to becoming and getting more.

When you are connected with the inner breath, you probably forget to check, if you did win a prize in lottery, and when you remember to check it, you smile whether you did win or not, because being connected with the inner breath, you always feel like a winner. But overriding* its guidance, you mostly feel like a loser. The animation is grabbed from the web.

The empty breath does not know how to heal hay fever or anything else caused by the belief in being someone definitive. But it knows how to heal this belief. And since you get more relaxed in the process of having it healed, you may see new ways of healing of your hay fever. The animation is grabbed from the web.

The guidance of the empty breath is not about how to get better health, more money, success, love or anything else, but seeing that what you appear to be and have is nothing.

Thus being connected with the empty breath, every experience of something is perceived as nothing. This does not mean that you do not do anything about a broken leg, for example. But since the leg is perceived to be nothing, and the same goes for what you do about it, you have nothing to worry about.

To be loved is a need that comes from the perception that diffrences make a diffrence. But since the empty breath is indiffrent to diffrences, being loved or not does not make a difference when connected with it.

Nor does it mean that you do not experience positive to be different from negative, for example, but that the experienced difference does not make a difference. Thus it makes no difference, whether you think positive or negative, feel cherished or rejected, make the world better or not, live in the now or whatnot.

Those advocating ´living in the now´ try to replicate the traits of the empty breathNot by being indifferent to separation, though, but by enhancing it through the exclusion of the past and the future.

This detachment, however, which is a natural trait of the empty breath, cannot be replicated by being an observer or anything else as that implies you believe to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one because detachment is indifferent to this or any other belief.

The function of the empty breath is not to improve the apparent condition of what and where you appear to be. That would just be a replacement of one illusion with another. Its function is to facilitate the undoing of the belief, that there is more than that which is one, so you do not believe that experience of more than one is real.

To transform or in any other way change what what you appear to makes no difference because all appearances are nothing but a construction of thoughts. Therefore my non teachings are not concerned about what you think or how much you think, but that you belief that you are thinking. When that belief is undone, thoughts do not seem to have any power anymore.

It is also indifferent to becoming or getting something. That is why connecting with the empty breath or applying any other duality hack does not make you more special. Changing or transforming somebody or something in a world where there seems to be more than one is just to replace one illusion with another. Just like no matter how something is changed on a computer screen, everything is the same, because there is nothing on the screen.

What you see on the screen is on a hard disk where there is nothing but zeros and ones. It is not before they are processed by an app into what appears to be on the screen, that the nothingness of the hard disk seems to be a tangible world in which changes can be made.

The empty breath, which in this context is unprocessed zeros and ones, does not know, that you assign special meaning to the nothingness on the screen, which in this context is the world, so you appear to be someone experiencing something instead of emptiness.

Being connected with the empty breath you are indifferent to the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one – just like you are indifferent to the experienced differences in the world of a movie or a video game because you know they are make-believe.

All that the empty breath knows is that there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one. Thus all that it wants is to breathe nothing but emptiness into what you believe to be and see, so that there does not seem to be something hiding there never was or will be more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

If something seems to trouble you, use the frustration to ignite a take-off to the empty breath, so that whatever you think or feel does not appear to make a difference. See Take-offs to ´the empty breath´.

The inner breath has nothing to do with what you eat, how you dress or if walk or sit. Neither has it anything to do with meditation but to being a medium of it. In other words, it is given to you when you are not be someone specific but nobody.

Connecting with the empty breath has nothing to do with what you eat or think. Nor has it anything to do with meditation except in the sense of being a medium for nothing, which you are when there is a willingness to not look for something. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

APPENDIX ABOUT THE ESCAPE FROM YOUR IMAGINED CAGE
Taking deep breaths or in any other way manipulating the breath is not beneficial in regards to connecting with the empty breath, because doing so enhances the belief in being someone definitive.

The same applies to be centred, balanced, focused or something else. It is the willingness to not be anything at all, that ignites a take-off to the empty breath.

This willingness, however, does not come from forcing the body into special yoga postures, neither by controlling the mind, but by thrusting its uncontrolled flow of energy to ignite a take-off to the empty breath regardless, you walk, sit, talk or whatnot. See Take-offs to ´the empty breath´.

Actually, speedy thoughts and feelings shoot off again and again, and several at a time, to ignite a take-off to the empty breath, but you stop them from becoming boundless by defining them, so you can remain in the illusion of being someone definitive.

The more you limit yourself to be something specific, the more it feels like you are about to collapse. To prevent that, you go on specifying yourself until you feel so constrained that you burst of anger or stop giving a shit about holding yourself together, so the uncontrolled energy of the suppressed thoughts and feelings ignites a take-off to the empty breath. It does not, however, help you to escape your cage but the belief that you are in it.

Being indifferent does not mean that you do not feel happy or sad. The apparent difference just does not make a difference. The animation is grabbed from the web.

Being indifferent does not mean that there are no feelings. There may appear to be a lot. Yet the apparent difference between them, for example happiness and sadness, is not perceived to make a difference when one or more of the duality hacks are applied. The animation is grabbed from the web.

APPENDIX ABOUT INDIFFERENCE:
Being indifferent does not mean, that you do not feel the apparent difference between, for example, love and hate, but because there is no need to be acknowledged as someone definitive when connected with the empty breath, you do not consider one of them to be better than the other. In other words, it makes no difference to you which feeling you explore.

The same applies when pretending to be someone definitive because what you pretend to be you are not so it does not matter if you appear to be lived or hated. This also applies when perceiving everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one because when every appearance is a symbol of the same, the apparent differences of the world makes no difference.

As it takes more than one to be connected with something, it is only as long as you believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, that connectedness with the empty breath seems relevant. APPENDIX ABOUT REAL AND UNREAL:
As it requires more than one to experience something and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless, every experience is unreal. Read more about this in the articles All experiences are equally unreal and Nothing that can be seen exist.

Consequently, the experience of the empty breath, though it may seem as if you finally have found something authentic, is as unreal as any other experience.

Yet this experience, which is deeply rooted in an archetypical image of a never-ending rhythmic flow, slowly but surely undoes the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Furthermore, it makes it seems unproblematic having this belief. Not in the sense that you are not troubled by anything, but in the sense that you are indifferent to it.

A state of not-knowing, which is the result of the empty breath, is also the outcome of the other duality hacks . If it always is the same state of not-knowing cannot be known, because nobody is conscious about it.

If you feel confused by this article, do not try to get a grip on it (read more about that in the hack No understanding = Enlightenment in Extra Duality Hacks). Instead go with the flow of chaos, until you cannot make ends meet into being someone definitive and feel as if you are about to explode, which in a sense also is what happens when the build-up tensions ignite a take-off to the empty breath. Since it results in a state of not-knowing, you are not bound up with the belief that you are someone definitive until you leave this state and return to the consciousness of being someone.

The function of the empty breath is to undo the belief in being someone definitive. Since what you believe to be is the sum of your most defining memories and they are stored in the brain, the empty breath does this by wiping out every bit of memory. Since it is a process over time you can enjoy the memories while they slowly but surely disappear, so that there is nothing to confirm the brains construction of you as someone definitive in a world defined by time and space to be real, and thus not something that appears to hide, there never was or will be more than the formlessness of that which is one. This is a typical quote from the web posted by so-called spiritual people, who, though they consider themselves to be more authentic than others, need to be and have something bigger.

Most so-called spiritual teachings promoted on the internet seem to be about growth and transformation from which you are supposed to get more love, more peace, more stillness or whatever you expect will turn you into someone, which is more spiritual than others and, therefore, makes you a part of something bigger.

You are also promised more energy and power from for example living in the now, which you are guaranteed to be in the future after mastering specific ways of self-control, that will make your body more strong and able to perform more in your life that will be prolonged.

Since the reality of that which is you is the formlessness of oneness and formlessness is endless, it is not possible to be someone definitive. So if you believe to be someone at all, you are dreaming. Thus any solution in a dream is just a replacement of one illusion with another, so the only solution is to undo believe that you are there.

But whether you try to become more pure via eating more vegan or thinking more positive thoughts by exercising more self-control, you will not feel more fulfilled, because what you get is nothing but empty space in a new disguise. Thus the only thing that gets bigger is the hunger for more.

According to body psychology a person with the corners of its mouth turned downwards tends to perceive its expertiences as depressing. If that is so, it is obvious, Amma has a craving for happiness and needs to be loved by many people to feel delighted. When connected with ´the empty breath´ however, it does not matter if you feel depressed or happy, because it undoes the belief in being someone definitive, so that there is nobody to be happy or sad or anything else, so there is nothing but the bliss of emptiness. »It is said that the lifespan of a butterfly is only a few days to a week. Yet how joyously it flies around! It spreads delight and happiness to everyone. Our lives should be like this«. This quote from Amma clearly shows, that most so-called spiritual people have the same wish as everybody else in a world where there seems to be more than one, namely to become more happy. Yet that is not something you can become in such a world, nor somewhere else, because that which is you is no different from that which is one, and it takes more than one to be happy or anything at all.

Spiritual growth is an idea created by the special self,* who always strives to become and have something better because that seems to confirm the belief it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. But since oneness is formless and therefore endless, there is no more to be than that which is one.

If you do not feel validated as someone special unless there seems to be some kind of drama around you, you are not looking for peace but shit, as you feed from those you judge to be problematic.

Thus a world where there seems to be more than one is a fantasy that only can be experienced as reality, when everything is imagined to be divided into opposing parts that define each other as something, for example light and darkness. What you believe in being, therefore, needs to be contrasted by something. Read more about that here. So if you perceive yourself to be spiritual and good, you must imagine somebody else to be carnal and evil.

The special self* needs to believe, there is something bad outside itself – television, society, the president or whatever – so it can blame that for its negative feelings and thus appear to be without them, which it imagines will make it feel better.

But that is not the way it goes. When something is excluded from yourself by blaming others for it, feelings of loss and gulit set in. Hence you do not feel good but bad. That is unless you do not try to solve your frustration, because the unedited energy of it ignites a take-off to the empty breath, and in its company the apparent difference between good and bad, negative and positive makes no difference.

Anything can be used to meet this purpose. The thoughts and feelings you choose to hang onto regarding a specific person, seem to prove you are different that person and thus someone definitive. By imagining that these thoughts and feelings are caused by that person, you also seem to verify that there is more than one. That is unless you go with the indifference of the empty breath because then the apparent difference between inside and outside makes no difference.

Since only shapes can be changed, nothing can be changed, because oneness is formless and therefore endless. In other words, if you think you can change or be transformed, you have forgotten, that which is you is no different from the formlessness of oneness.

In Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, you are not advised to exert self-control to achieve something better. Change is an illusion because there is no more than that which is one, and it takes more than one to complete something.

This image posted on the internet is just one of many cries for more.

The special self* seems to be quite successful in convincing itself that being and having more will make it more happy. But since more, therefore, never is enough, the special self* is never happy.

This, however, does not stop it from persuing more. On the contrary. It concludes that even more is needed. That is why it avoids the connectedness with the empty breath where the bliss of nothing is more than enough.

Thus Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are solely about undoing the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than which is one. This, however, cannot be done by avoiding to be and have more, nor by stopping thoughts, surrender to something higher or letting go of this and that because it takes more than one to do something. Thus it enhances the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than which is one.

A pencil cannot undo what it has written, but an eraser can. Likewise you cannot undo what you appear to be, but the empty breath can.

The empty breath, however, slowly but surely changes your perception of the experiences fabricated by the brain, so they do not seem to be something but nothing, wherefore there is not something to define you as someone and thus nobody to believe, it is possible to be and have more than the formlessness of oneness.

As the empty breath is indifferent to the apparent differences in the world, you are going to avoid it, if you insist on what you believe to be is differs from what you believe not to be. The graphic is grabbed from Ello.

APPENDIX:
In case you want to prolong your physical life, or have sensational feelings of being alive, more fit or transformed into something higher, the empty breath is not for you, because it is not offering anything but the bliss of nothing (read more about that here).

It is not possible to profit of reality. It is that which is one and it takes more than one to profit of something. Consequently, it is only possible to profit of something unreal. Hence that is what those requiring money for their so-called spiritual teachings are doing.

This is not to say, that it is bad to profit of something, but that doing so is a product of the belief, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Hence the more you profit of something, the more this belief is enhanced and, therefore, the suffering it entails.

Being in the bliss of nothing, there is not something to inflate your image, before you disconnect yourself from the empty breath, so its flow of indifference does not prevent you from showing off as more free, real, unique, genuine, authentic and/or compelling than others.

Maybe Deepak Chopra – like so many other performers – is enchanted by the attention from the listeners, and therefore feels as if he is part of something bigger. This, of course, is pure speculation, but that his teachings about perfect health has made his net worth bigger is a fact. It is more than $80 million. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

They are randomly added together in sentences, that, just like the jargon in his and many other new agers speeches and books, is meant to be the magic spell that will make you pay to get something from them.

These charlatans do not want you to know, that there is nothing to get in regards to being that which is you because it is no diffrent from that which is one and it takes more than one to get something. In other words, becoming more free, real, unique, genuine, authentic and powerful is an illusion.

The above listing of what spiritual wannabes wish to become is compiled from an announcement for a new age course, where the participants were promisedthey would become all that and, therefore, feel more self-assured. When connected with the empty breath, however, there is no need for self-assurance, because it is indifferent to the concept of being a self or anything else.

When Alexius many years ago was hired to teach graphic design in an advertising school in Denmark, he had a problem. Even though he had been designing magazines, websites, flyers and ads for companies big and small, he did not know how to do it. Everything he had designed, he did as a medium for the projects so the form of them would highlight their content.

To provide the students with guidelines of how to design, he, therefore, had to deduct from his intuitive way of designing. He wrote, by the way, two books with basic rules of how to do it, and a book on colour theory.

If not in the bliss of not believing to be someone, you are speculative

The empty breath cannot help us in regards to knowing how come we appear to be substantial beings separated from each other by time and space, because this is not possible since oneness is formless and therefore endless. How to explain the empty breath?
In regards to passing on guidelines of how to connect with the empty breath and drift in its bliss of emptiness and thus indifference to the belief in being someone definitive, he is in the same situation as when he started teaching design. He had no professional training to refer to. Likewise, he has no second-hand knowledge, he can use as a reference to explaining how to connect with the empty breath.

Neither does he know how to explain, that what and where we experience to be is an artificial construct, designed by the brain to control and manipulate us into believing, that this experience is real and not fabricated by the brain from out of nothing.

But since he is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, he does not believe to in a world where there seems to be more than one, nor does he believe to be someone in that which is one. On the contrary, he is nothing because it takes more than one to be someone, and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. In other words, what and where we appear to be is a fantasy made from out of nothing, and experienced by nothing.

In this fantasy, however, he knows how to step away from it and be in the state of not-knowing* that the empty breath, like the other duality hacks, entails. Once, in that state, he watched a movie (You Disappear), which quoted the latest scientific explorations about the brain, that may be helpful in realising everything appearing to be something is nothing.

Consciousness is a construction of thoughts comparable to the ones and zeros in a stream of binary code.

The fabrication of something from out of nothing
The short version of these discoveries is that the brain uses five per cent of its capacity to construct an image of a self, that is aware of being someone definitive through the experiences, another small part of the brain continuously fabricate of a tangible world as if it is outside of the self and as if it is the self that experiences this, and, therefore, believe to be someone substantial in a tangible world. Especially because this world seems to cause its thoughts and feelings.

These experiences of an external world the brain claim to process from the frequencies it receives via the sensory system, but this explanation, just like the experiences it fabricates, is a smokescreen to cover up, that it is all made up from nothing. A flower, therefore, is just as unreal as a plastic simulation of it.

Being in the bliss of not believing to be someone is to be empty

Science states, the world we seem to feel and see consists of 99.9999999 per cent empty space. And the rest, despite it also is empty space and as immaterial as a dream, is what we perceive to be elements of matter making up a world defined by time and space. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The experiences interpreted as the most meaningful ones, namely those that seem to define you the most, are stored in the rest of the brain, and as the sum of these memories constitute what you believe to be, you are not just a fabrication of the brain, you and the brain are the same. Every bit of it – not only ten per cent – works to make it appear as if you are someone in a world of something and not just a fantasy made from out of nothing.

Whether an experience seems to be direct or coming from the heart, being physical or spiritual, it has taken the brain a second to generate it. Hence what you believe to be experiencing now happened one second ago. And then again, it never happened, because one second ago there was nothing, and it only seems as if you experience something now because you need to believe this to feel you exist.

The rest of the article is not based on the scientific discoveries revealed in the movie (You Disappear), nor on anything else formulated somewhere else, as to the knowledge of Alexius, nobody has published anything about the empty breath. In the connectedness with the empty breath, the apparent difference between the opposing sides of the contrasts making up the experience of duality is cancelled out. Not in the sense that you do not register them anymore, but that you do not perceive them to make a difference. Thus there are no diversity to attest to you being someone in a world of duality. Consequently, you are in the bliss of nothing.*

The bliss of nothing
Though science seems to know that the experience of something is made from nothing and therefore is make-believe, they go on exploring something as it is real. Here, however, we explore how to see that there is not something at all and therefore not someone seeing it.

The experiences the brain fabricates of a tangible world only seems real if the self that the brain also has created perceives them as something. If not, they are exposed as nothing, and so is the self. To perceive the present experience as nothing, you go back in the empty void from where the brain has twisted it into your current experience of something.

Since that is where the empty breath resides, and it took the brain one second to fabricate your current experience of something, it only takes one second to connect with the empty breath and be in a state of not-knowing and thus the bliss of nothing.* Doing that does not require you to meditate or something else in particular. All that is needed is the willingness to forget what and where you appear to be. Read more about that in the below paragraph The only requirement is a willingness.

If the brain is not kept active in a feedback loop, with thoughts that seems to confirm there is more than involved, for more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, it falls into a coma. Thus you cannot be in the bliss of nothing* very long at a time, if you want to be able to return to a world of something as if you are someone ther.  See also the hack 20 minutes, 45 at most in Extra Duality Hacks.

Not knowing what and where you are is the bliss of not believing to be someone

Since you cannot appear to be somewhere, nor in a state of not-knowing,* without the experience of being someone, there is still someone to experience the world of something made up by the brain when in a state of not-knowing*. But the experience of you as someone is so vague that there is not enough consciousness to perceive the apparently different experiences of something to make a difference. Consequently, there is no perception of separation to hide, that although the fantasy of something is a colourful experience, it is pale in comparison with the bliss of nothing.*

Although you probably forget the empty breath, it remains connected with you, because it does not know, that you believe to be someone who is separated from everything in the low-frequency world experienced by the outer senses.

Yet it senses the stress coming from this belief, so it synchs it with the high-frequency world of the inner senses, which is indifferent to the restlessness that speedy thoughts and feelings seem to produce in the world of the outer senses.

The inner and outer senses
When we are not connected with the empty breath, and therefore not in the blissful state of not-knowing* but in the happiness of the basic self or the nervousness of the special self, the empty breath is still with us, provided we, just once, have connected with it, because it does not know of separation. Thus the empty breath always functions as an automatic gear change between the outer and inner senses to make the abstractness in the world of the inner senses the base from where the world of the outer senses is perceived, so it does not appear to consist of something but nothing when in a state of not-knowing and not in that state the experiences of something are perceived as it is what it is. Consequently, none of the experiences is something special, including you as someone, so you are not happy or sad but happy-sad.

As any experience is an illusion, it includes the experience of the empty breath. But as this illusion unveils the bliss of nothing,* which, contrary to the experince of something, is not experinced to end, you eventually stop asking for more. Hence the belief, that it is possible to be an have more than that which is one is undone.

These experiences, of course, only makes sense as long as you believe you are someone definitive in the world of the outer senses, but believing, regardless it seems to result in mundane or spiritual experiences, is like believing in Santa Claus.

Fortunately, the connectedness with the empty breath exposes this, so the bliss of not believing to be anything is the last thing, you experience before the belief in being someone is undone and therefore does not seem to cover, there never was or will be more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless.

In the flow of not believing to be someone

The synchronisation of the inner and outer senses
To take the edge out of the stress we feel in the world of the outer senses, the empty breath synchs it with the world of the inner ones. Not because this world is more peaceful, but because it is a high-frequency world. Thus the speedy and restless energy that appears to cause stress in the low-frequency world of the outer senses does not seem stressful.

It is not thoughts as such, that prevents us from going with the flow of nothing, but the desire to use them to accomplishing something specific.

That being said, you might not want his synchronisation, because although it results in indifference to stress, it may not help you to get what you stressed to achieve. This is why most want to avoid the flow of the empty breath and endure the hassle that it is to obtain what they desire.

Like a pencil cannot make its scribblings go away but an eraser can, you cannot make your scribblings as someone definitive go away but the empty breath can.

However, if they get it, they do not feel satisfied but disappointed because the need for more is still there. This, they try to tone down through meditation, yoga or other techniques that seem to hide that all they care about is to become and have more at the expense of anybody (see No manifestation is real).

The more the connectedness with the empty breath cancels out the contrasts of duality – for example happiness and sadness – the more you are indifferent to what and where you appear to be in a world of duality.

Time is nothing in the bliss of not believing to be someone

Without the basic contrast of expansion and contraction, there is no experience of life. Yet what we experience as life is actually death, because life is formless and thus without a beginning and end, so anything that does not last is lifeless. It is, however, life that makes it possible to have fantasies about being a limited being in a lifeless world – just like within the context of such a world, it is only due to that, you can to imagine being someone you are not in the virtual world of a video game. You do not connect with the empty breath in your own pace
While Alexius was writing about the empty breath, he deducted ways of how to ignite it from his intuitive way of doing it. For example, by using the unedited energy of the stress arising from the belief in being someone definitive to ignite a take-off to the empty breath. Read more about that in hack #4.4 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing.

There is nothing to know, because that requires more than one and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. So although there seem to be lots to know, when appearing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, there is only one thing to know in regards to the formlessness of oneness, namely that there is nothing to know.**

That is why Alexius´ Enlightened NonTeachings is not about learning something new but to unlearn everything**. This you can do by reading all of them – or flip through them – until they automatically apply one or more of the duality hacks and brings you in a state of not-knowing, in which there is nobody to perceive the person fabricated by the brain as real. Hence there is nothing but the bliss of being indifferent to any kind of belief.

If this is what you want, it is not important whether you read hack #4, Being in a state of not-knowing from beginning to end or just browse it. What is essential is to not focus on anything in particular, nor to spend time on processing or integrating it,*** as that enhances the belief in being someone. Instead, unlearn everything, so you contain nothing and as an empty vessel can serve the empty breath.

Only those believing to be special have the need to do things in their own pace.

The bliss of not believing to be someone does not come from something but nothing

Looking for something you can relate to as your true self in the teachings of a guru, for example, you do not look for that which is real, because it is no different from that which is one and it takes more than one to look for something. If you do not, however, relate to something but nothing, there is no relation and therefore no more than that which is one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

So do not read about the empty breath with the expectation of finding something to make you or the world better, but to become indifferent to what and where you appear to be. In other words, the less you seem to know something,** the less something appears to hide, what you believe to be is nothing. Hence there is not something to separate you from the empty breath.

It is not necessary to undo the belief in being someone definitive to connect with the empty breath, but it is essential to be willing to have it undone.

The only requirement is a willingness to not be someone definitive
Leaving your comfort zone of knowing what and where you are** is not done by fighting or transforming your learned behaviour, but by being willing to undo the belief, that makes it possible to appear as if you are conditioned by something, namely the belief in being someone definitive.

This willingness most often comes from admitting, that the appearance of you as someone definitive is not a matter of fact but make-believe. That you accept when you acknowledge, you are not willing to undo the belief in being someone definitive, because the acknowledgement confirms what you appear to be is make-believe.

Since nothing matters when connected with the empty breath, you are free to have fun.

Having the belief in being someone definitive undone, does not mean that that the appearance of you as someone seems to be gone, reborn or awaken. Just like within the context of this belief, the appearance of Santa Claus does not stop when you grow up. It is the belief that he is real that stops. There is one difference, though, between the undoing of the belief in Santa Claus and you being someone definitive. When the belief in the latter is undone, or in the process of being it, you are not disappointed because now you are free to enjoy being someone definitive in a fantasy about Santa Claus, having a family and whatnot.

Connecting with the empty breath is not about being deeper, purer or balanced, for example, because being anything is part of the experience in being someone and the empty breath is not part of that but the nothingness that this experience is fabricated from.

The empty breath can be felt like a swing of nothingness, that makes the body expand and contract and thereby supply it with oxygen. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Just like everything else sensed, it is invisible and colourless until the brain ascribe it with a specific shape and colour. But as the brain cannot conceive nothingness without falling into coma, the empty breath remains invisible and colourless.

How does it feel
The connection with the empty breath may be experienced as described by Alexius in the articles What does ´the empty breath´ feel like?, and To be nobody and yet somebody. But do not count on it. His experience of it is not static. And even if it were, you and Alexius may experience it in each your own way – just like when drinking the same cup of tea, for example. Besides the main attribute of the empty breath is indifference, which is hardly an experience.

On top of that, it may not even be the empty breath, that is revealed through the willingness to not uphold the belief in being someone definitive. Maybe it is the enlightenment of that which is one or glimpses of it (see the article A reintroduction to the inner senses, the enlightenment of that which is one and glimpses of it), or the freedom that comes from pretending to be what you are not (see hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive).

Everything is new in the bliss of not believing to be someone

Even though some plants are edible, not all of them are. Often the most beautiful of them often that should not be eaten if you want to remain as someone living in a capsule of time and space. And if you do not want to end, when your appearance there is over, you better avoid beautiful ideas like living in the nowcoming from the heart and being transformed, because they are based on the belief in being someone definitive, and everything definitive, contrary to the formlessness of oneness, has an end. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

What you believe in being does not exist
Should you wonder, who chooses to believe, that the image fabricated by the brain of someone definitive is you, or who has programmed the brain to produce this image, or who is connecting with the empty breath, or who is wondering about this, the answer is nobody, because the experience of being somebody, whether in a so-called spiritual or physical sense, is, within this experience, comparable to being in a dream. There is nobody in it.

Thus the empty breath and the other duality hacks are just as dreamlike as anything else in the experience of being someone definitive, no matter what and where that seems to be. See also Whatever that you are aware of is an illusion because it requires more than one to be conscious of something.

Appearances do not matter in the bliss of not believing to be someone

There are lots of ways to appear as if you are someone definitive in a world defined by time and space, but there is no way to leave it because you are not in it. Just like within the context of such a world, a dreamer is not its a dream, and therefore not returning to its bed when the dream is over. Likewise, you do not return to the formlessness of oneness, when your apparent life in a world of something is finished, because you never left it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

But contrary to the illusions of the many belief systems in the world, the duality hacks do not attempt to transform or make the world better but to expose that everything experienced is made from out of nothing.

Connecting with the empty breath, for example, you become indifferent to the differences in the experiences produced by the brain. Hence you do not believe you that you are someone definitive separated from others but that it is something you pretend to be.****

And as what you pretend to be, you are not, that which is you does not end, when the brain is not able to produce the experience of you as someone anymore. Until then it is much fun pretending to be what and where you are not.****

APPENDIX:
As Alexius is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, he perceives every experience to be composed of nothing. Thus the distinction he makes between a state of not knowing and the experience of being someone definitive can be shaped by that. In other words, there might be a slight mix up in description of the bliss of nothing* and its after-effect, which comes from having had the slate wiped clean, so you return from a state of not-knowing in the default mode of the basic self, and, therefore, automatically is synced with the brain and thus in the  happiness of something.

Most of the explanations, however, of how to connect with the empty breath are not geared towards the basic but the special self, as that is the most common way of being in the world of the outer senses. Fortunately, the stress that comes from keeping together the image of being special can be used to ignite a take-off to the empty breath, provided you do not try to deal with the stress yourself.

The basic self, on the other hand, does not need the unedited energy of stress to connect with the empty breath. It easily becomes so laid-back, that it does not perceive feeling fulfilled as better than depressed, neither being right to be better than wrong. These or any other feelings are not perceived as something specific. Hence there is nothing to hide the bliss of emptiness.

This does not mean that feelings of anger or love, for example, does not pop up but that no feeling is perceived to make a difference. Thus they all reveal the bliss of nothing* when the basic self is so laid-back that its basic perception is ´dunno.´

What does ´the empty breath´ feel like? (in the process of being updated)

The inner breath is not restricted to be felt as a specific form, neither to only be felt inside. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As the empty breath is not something definitive, it cannot be felt in a specific way. Yet it can be felt in an undefinable way anywhere within its non-definitive framework – whether that appears to be inside or outside the body – but never consistently as the same, although it is always there.

The empty breath can be felt in many ways within its non-definable framework of a ball like thing, that passes through the head – or above it – and the stomach or below it. Yet it is not experienced in relation to the body, nor inside or outside. This is not because everything is perceived to at one when connected with the empty breath, but that the experience of something is perceived to be nothing (read more about that here).

Having an out-of-body experience is based on the belief that you are someone in a body, which is the opposite of the experience that comes from being connected with the empty breath, as it undoes the belief that you are someone in a body. Read more about that here.

Hence the connectedness with the empty breath is not an out-of-body experience, but a no-body experience. This does not mean, however, that you do not take care of the body, your beloved ones and whatnot when connected with the empty breath, but that it makes no difference if doing so seems to pay off or not.

In the connectedness with the empty breath there is nothing that appears to be disturbing, but trying to connect with it everything seems disturbing, because the purpose of trying is delaying, so you want to be disturbed.

The inner breath has no definitive center or anything else in a fixed position, so your experience of it may be different from mine. Maybe you primarily experience it in the stomach, in the chest or both inside and outside of your body within the non definitive borders of a ball. It may change from moment to moment, as  – unlike this image – it is not static. This image however illustrates when all its movements are experienced simultaneously, which feels as if the everything stands still.

The empty breath has no definitive centre or border or anything else that is in a fixed position. Everything is always moving, so the experience of it changes from moment to moment from as if it is in the stomach, in the chest or both inside and outside the body. So if your experience differs from the descriptions in this article, go with the flow as it comes to you.

Feelings are subjective
If you are future-minded, the empty breath may be felt to come from somewhere in front of you, whereas it probably is felt to arrive from the back if you are concerned about the past. And if you are into the concepts like living in the now, being centred and balanced, it may be felt as if it has a fixed centre. In other words, the experience of the empty breath is coloured by your conditioning.

This is not a problem for the empty breath, because contrary to you, it has no need to be acknowledged in a special way. So whether you experience it to be in the stomach, the chest, inside or outside the body, it carries out its one and only purpose, which is to make you indifferent to the apparent different experiences in the world where you believe to be.

The empty breath is indifferent to all the apparent differences of the world, so the more you connect with it, the more you adapt to this indifference and the less you want to be someone who makes a difference.

Since the empty breath is not static, the experience of it may change from moment to moment, and it may differ from the experiences described in this article. No worries. Being connected with it is not about doing something specific to feel something definitive, but going with the flow. It is only when you want to make a difference, you must do ´the right thing´.

I am not a talented illustrator, so instead of making an illustration of the inner breath, I have manipulated an image found on the internet in order to give you an idea of the simultaneously movements inside it.

A basic intro to the non-definitive form of the empty breath
The empty breath is modelled like an egg-shaped ball with lots of oval circles moving inside of it, but contrary to what you see in the illustration to the right, it does not have a definitive centre or border. Nor do the circles inside of it, and there are so many so close together that there is no space between them. In the emptiness of each circle, there is two yin-yang like waves. This you cannot see in the simplified illustration to the right, but there is a simulation of this in the second image from here.

That the empty breath has a non-definitive form does not only mean that the edges of it are blurry but that neither its size or shape is constant. It may grow bigger and smaller here and there so that it momentarily feels to be more pear-shaped than egg-shaped, for example.

As there is no up and down in the empty breath, the most significant part of the pear-shaped version of it may be in the top as well as in the bottom, or on the sides, or anywhere in between. And as the apparent centre of each one of the circles appearing to be inside the non-definitive ball of the empty breath is floating around, there are many none fixed centres.

Even though there appear to be an endless amount of diffused shaped circles inside the non-definitive boundaries of the empty breath, and they are moving in each their own direction with each their own yin-yang like formed waves moving inside of them, they are actually fused into one movement of two yin-yang like waves rolling in all directions – at bit like in the animation in the paragraph The swing of the empty breath or in the two last animations of this article.

But as that is very difficult to comprehend in a world where we are conditioned to divide reality in more than one, most will probably not feel the totality of the empty breath, but one of the many circles that seems to make it up. No worries. It is not about perfection but going with the flow, as it comes to you.

The empty breath has no specific centre, and though it seems to consists of many different movements in each their own size and shape, everything is actually fused into one single move. As this may be hard to comprehend in a world where there seems to be more than one, it is most likely easier to experience just one of its aspects at a time.

This could be like going in a circle going from the stomach around the back of the body to the top of the head when breathing in, and from there in a circular movement in front of the body and back to the stomach when breathing out. The direction, however, does not matter. As already said, it is all about going with the flow. So if that seems to go the opposite way, by all means, go that way.

The flow can also be in a circle, about the same diameter as above, that instead goes from the abdomen to the throat or rectum to the heart. The width of the circle can also be expanded, so it goes from the abdomen to a point above the head or from the rectum to a point further above the head.

No matter where you perceive the location of the empty breath to be, it is the same emptiness you experience a second before the brain processes it into an experience of something perceived to be substantial (read more about that here). As the emptiness of the expanded circle metaphorically speaking goes from hell to heaven, you may feel frightened or spaced out if you get stuck in one of those extremes.

Going with the flow of the circular movement in one of the above circles feels like you are surfing two yin-yang like waves inside the empty breath. But this is just one of the ways to experience the empty breath. Below is a short introduction to them and then a more detailed description to each of them.

Be aware though, feeling the empty breath, as described in this article, is only possible to the extent that you do not wish to be or have more spiritually, mentally, emotionally or materialistically because the empty breath has not anything to give but the sheer bliss of nothing.

A basic intro to the ways of feeling the empty breath
Sensing the operator of the empty breath (see the below paragraph of the same name) or the indifference of it (check out the paragraph The empty breath is not the giver of joy and happiness but indifference in the article What is ´the empty breath´ about?) is a state of not-knowing in which you seem to be floating on clouds of bliss, whereas the state of not-knowing coming from the rhythmic flow of it is more like if you are moved by clouds of bliss.

The rhythmic flow of the empty breath can be heard as a distant sound (see the below paragraph The transparent sound of the empty breath) or felt inside the body (see the below paragraph The swing of the empty breath), or sensed as if nobody is surfing two yin-yang like waves in and outside the body (see the next paragraph).

That being said, these categories are not meant to limit you into experiencing the empty breath in specific ways but to inspire you to experience it in your way.

Each of the non-definable circles inside the non-definable ball of the empty breath – see the previous illustration – consist of two yin-yang like looking waves (but without the two holes), that are not fixated and probably moves in sync with the breath – or rather the breath moves in sync with them. It is therefore not so much about following the extraction and contraction of the physical breath but the flow of the empty breath, which may feel like you are surfing the outside of the two yin-yang like waves more or less in sync with the physical breath. The colours in this image only have an illustrative purpose.

Surfing the empty breath
In the above illustration to the right, you see a very simplified simulation of the empty breath in which you are not able to see that the number of circles inside it is endless. Nor does it reflect that the empty breath has no definitive border or centre and each of the circles inside it contains two non-definitive waves like in the above image, that can be surfed. Please notice that although the waves look like the two parts of a yin-yang sign, they have no holes. And as they actually are colourless, the colours in this image and all the others in this article only have an illustrative purpose.

When the body is expanded by the breath, you surf the outside of the yellow wave from the stomach and behind the body up in the head. From there, you surf the outside of the blue wave in front of the body down to the abdomen or below it, while the breath is contracting the body. That is if you are sensing the waves in a circle going from the back to the front of the body. See a more detailed explanation of the different possibilities for the placement of the circles containing the waves in the above intro to the empty breath.

Besides surfing the waves in that circle, you can surf the waves in a circle going from the left to the right side of the body and in circles anywhere in between these. No matter what circle you are surfing, you most feel the waves in the circular movement outside the body.

It is not needed to be in total sync with the rhythm of the physical expansion and contraction of the body, nor does it matter if part of the circular movement is skipped. What matters is to follow the flow as it comes to you, because that makes you forget the physical breath so it can take care of itself without any interruption from you being stressed or trying to inflict it with ideas of balance, tranquillity and whatnot.

Maybe the most joyous way to surf the waves is to go the whole way around one of them and then continue by going the entire way around the other one, more or less in alignment with the breath extracting and contracting the body. There may be even more joyous ways revealed to you, when following the flow.

Alexius has never been surfing in the world of the outer senses, so when he says going with the flow of the two yin-yang like waves in the empty breath feels like surfing, it is an imagination of his.

You may also surf the empty breath in the opposite direction. Going counterclockwise tends to lessen physical awareness so you would become less interested in returning to a conscious experience of being someone substantial in a tangible world. The same applies, if the non-definable edges of the empty breath are not experienced to touch the body but pass it on top of the head and below the abdomen, as that means there is almost no relation to the body when surfing it.

Thus the body is set free (read more about that here), so it can follow its biological system without you trying to unite the physical nature of the body with mental ideas of wellness, which is like trying to blend physical elements with the immaterial ones in a dream or vice versa. It does not work.

You cannot be someone definitive, when going with the flow of the empty breath, so the belief in being someone separated from the formlessness of that which is one is fading out.

Going with the flow without knowing where and why.

Surfing the empty breath to feel good regardless of the physical condition
You will, as already noted, mainly feel the flow of the waves in one of the many circles inside the empty breath. This will probably be in a circle going from the back of the body to the front of it or the other way around. But from there you can also jump to the waves in another circle or feel them all simultaneously.

As it takes more than one to feel something, it is only in a world where there seems to be more than one that this is possible, so the more the belief in such a world is undone by the empty breath, the less you feel it.

Alexius was not aware of this before he started writing what the empty breath feels like and therefore took a closer look upon it. He usually just follows the flow without thinking about direction and whatnot, because in his case, the flow mostly results in the sense of indifference.

It is, however, possible to be more choosy than Alexius normally is. Having worries about the past, or pain in the back, you can choose to be massaged by surfing both sides of the wave behind you and leaving out the one in front of you within a circle of the empty breath that goes from the back to the front of you. Should you want to be grounded, you can surf all the way around a single wave in a circle going from the back to the front of you where the waves are not located like in the above but in the top and bottom of the circle.

The wave you surf, in this case, is the bottom one passing through the abdomen or even lower in the direction from the back to the front of you, or the other way around, or the bottom wave in another circle going from the left to the right side side of you, or both of the bottom waves in these circles, or the bottom wave in any one or more circles in between the two others. No reason to memorise this. Just go with the flow.

Just like what you believe to be is nothing so is the empty breath, but unlike you, it has no need to conceal that by appearing to be something in specific. Consequently, there is not something that prevents it from being what and where is most beneficial for you – even under your feet if that is what it takes to make you forget what you believe to be.

Supposing you want to enhance the intuitive or fact-minded side of you, you could do this by respectively surfing all the way around the wave to the right and the left in a circle going around the head sideways. In a circle that also goes sidewise but around the chest, you could surf all the way around the wave in front of the chest if it is hollow and seems to restrict the breath. Surfing both waves but only on the outer side of them in a circle going sideways around the head or stomach, is excellent in the case of vertigo, eventually combined with surfing the two waves back and forth of you in a circle going from your feet to above the head.

In the case of tight hips, blocked abdomen or spasm in the lower back, you completely surf the wave behind you and then the one in front of you in a circle going sideways in that area, and so on. You could also try surfing in a similar circle where the waves are not in behind and in front of you but on the sides. The size of the circle and thus the waves adjust to the need for relaxing these areas. Is sadness released from there, you may feel like crying. If so, forget about the empty breath and take the time to grieve. Then return to the same circle of the empty breath if that is what the flow calls for.

It may instead call for surfing a combination of other waves, for example a wave in front of you in a circle going sideways at the abdomen and a wave in front of you in a circle that does not go sideways but from the head to stomach or the other way. Maybe surfing them simultaneously or perhaps not just one of the waves in the circles but both waves in a circular movement around the abdomen and from the back and front of you – or whatever combination that seems beneficial to you in regards to getting through the lockdown.

The empty breath is also beneficial in regards to alleviate allergy symptoms or other kinds of symptoms coming from IBS and COPD, for example. It may not heal these or any other physical sickness, because the purpose of the duality hacks is not to heal the body but the sick belief that you are in it. This the empty breath does by making you indifferent to being someone. Read more about that here.

Regarding the empty breath and how its nothingness helps to reduce the symptoms of somethingness, Alexius speaks from personal experience, because his body is not in the best condition, as he has never been very good at being something specific. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

In the case of Alexius, the state of his body is not that good, so he speaks from personal experience when he says, that due to the indifference of the empty breath IBS and COPD, for example, are not something he needs to get it over with to feel better, as the discomfort is not perceived to be something but nothing.

If you are not looking to get it right, nothing is wrong or missing. Hence every moment is the perfect moment (hack #3.1 Every moment is the perfect moment). You have no need to get it right if you face your anger, because then it does not seem wrong and you do not have hide it by looking right.

See also when Alexius was saved by helicopter from the rainforest, even though he did not feel there was something to be saved from. It is not just a rosy story, though, because the transition from perceiving desperation as something to nothing was very upsetting until he did not perceive hopelessness to be wrong but that which set him free. There are many possibilities for using the empty breath. Yet it is best not to use it but being used by it go with the flow as it comes to you as that sets the body free to heal itself. This is why it is so good in the cases of psychosomatic disorders. It is not commendable though to catch every detail about the empty breath in this article because an intellectual understanding of it will not help you to feel the connectedness with it. On the contrary.

In hack #4.3 To be a basic self is to be good enough, you can read more about how the unfortunate belief in a body-mind connection, where you perceive yourself to be the master of the body, results psychosomatic disorders.

You cannot illustrate the inner breath, as it has no definitive form. This animation, however, may give you an idea about the ´structure´ of the inner breath and the high frequency of its inner movement, which seems to originate from an yin yang like curved line – not just as curved though. It feels like, it is the swing of this floating line that expands and contracts the body, so that it breathes in and out. Unlike an yin yang sign the inner breath is not a flat circle with a curved line, but rather a ball wherein the curved line swings upwards and downwards as well as sideways, forwards and backwards and everything in between. Unfortunately the animation is not able illustrate that, neither how slow the swing of it actually feels in the body. Even though it extremely active inside the ball, the experience of it is that it has all the time in the world to expand and contract the body.

It is not possible to illustrate the swing of the empty breath because it has no definable form or movement. This animation, however, may give you an idea about how the swing of it feels as if it is coming from a non-definitive curved line, that is to be compared to the line in between the two forms of a yin-yang sign – but less curved. The swing of this line expands and contracts the body so that it breathes in and out. But unlike in a yin-yang sign the swing of the empty breath is not inside a flat circle but rather a non-definable ball, wherein there are many non-definable circles with each their own curved line. Depending on where one of these circles are experienced to be located in regards to the standard definitions of directions the swing of the empty breath is experienced to swing upwards and downwards, sideways, forwards and backwards or anywhere in between. Unfortunately, the animation is not really illustrating this, neither that though the swing of it is mighty, the experience of it may be that it is in no hurry to expand and contract the body.

The swing of the empty breath
What is said in the above about surfing the empty breath, generally speaking, also apply to feeling the swing of it, except that this is solely felt inside the body, where the movement of the non-definitive curved line between the two waves is sensed as a swing, that extracts and contracts the body in a steady rhythmic flow of breathing in and out. Due to the definitive size of the body, this line is felt less curved and probably also shorter than the line in between the two waves described in the above.

The steady swing of the empty breath may seem to expand and contract the body slower than when you imagined being in charge of the breathing. Maybe the break in between expansion and contraction also feels too long. But the swing of the empty breath probably feels more powerful – so much indeed, that at first, it feels like the body does not have enough room for it.

Just like surfing the empty breath can be done on the waves in any of the circles within the non-definitive border of the empty breath, the swing of it can be felt in the movement of the curved line floating in the middle of any one of these circles.

In other words, the curved line is not just pumping from the back to front in relation to the body but also up and down, from side to side and everywhere in between, which you may sense in the illustration to the left. Though you can feel all these directions simultaneously, it probably is so unfamiliar that you may prefer to feel the swing of the empty breath in one circle at a time.

If you experience the swing of the empty breath in all its directions simultaneously, the fusion of them at first feels as everything is spinning. See the speedy animation just below. But it quickly turns into a feeling of everything standing so still – see the third image from here – that you feel the bliss of being indifferent to what and where you appear to be.

Connecting to the inner breath is fortunately not about perfection, as that requires much control and therefore blocks the inner breath to move on its own accord. The inner breath is always connected to you, but you cannot feel it if your purpose is to be someone definitive. In other words not being anybody the inner breath is not hidden. In fact it is very intense.

The swing of the empty breath is not felt as fast as the movements in this animation, but rather like a steady ongoing rhythm that with much force expands and contracts the body. Yet the resulting breath in the body is often very subtle and probably seems to be slower than you are used to – unlike the driving force behind the rhythm of the empty breath, that is a rush of energy within the non-definable ball of it. And even though the particles of this force is moving completely unstructured and at any speed, fast or slow – a bit like in this animation – it is such a relief to merge with this apparent chaos, as that prevents you from focussing on anything specific, so you feel like a fountain sparkling with joy.

The operator of the empty breath
Besides from feeling the swing of the empty breath or as if you are surfing two yin-yang like waves more or less in alignment with the extraction and contraction of the physical breath, you can also feel a constant rush of energy within the non-definable border of the empty breath. This chaotic energy at the root of the empty breath is not rhythmic but abstract. Yet it is the force behind the rhythm of the empty breath. The feeling of it is a subtle sense of being here, there and everywhere, or as if spinning through a world with no limits where you are not limited to be someone.

There are no rules, but it could very well be, that a take-off to ´the empty breath´ will take you to this aspect of it … and what a relief it is to float in chaos instead of having to fit into the rigid world of the outer senses.

Unlike the swing of the empty breath but like surfing its waves, this force is sensed both inside and outside of the body. It may be easier to feel its very subtle energy outside of the body as there the dense bodily feeling is not an obstacle. If you do not try to catch its abstractness, but go with its fleetness, it feels like you are a fountain of sparkling joy.

Sensing the operator of the empty breath outside of the body, you will automatically be taken inside, as the operator does not know one from the other. From there you may be transferred to the rhythmic flow of surfing or feeling the swing of the empty breath.

The apparent chaos at the root of the empty breath, where the operator of it resides and where you most likely land after igniting the empty breath, is therefore a good starting point, when you want to be in the rhythmic flow of the empty breath.

If you out of habit try to focus on the empty breath to hear the transparent sound of it (see the next paragraph) or feel its rhythmic flow, you are bound to perceive it as something and thus to fence it off. A more beneficial way to approach the rhythmic flow and transparent sound of the empty breath is to start in the chaos of its root – whether sensed in front or back of the body, on top of it or all around it – because that leaves nothing specifically for you to focus on, wherefore there is not something definitive blocking out hearing or feeling the rhythmic flow of the empty breath.

The transparent sound of the empty breath
Just like the rhythm of bass is not only heard but also felt in the body, so is the sound of the empty breath, which is like ´so´ when it expands the body and ´ham´ when contracting it.

The apparently definitive shape of you in a body is, therefore, exposed as make-believe.

Sometimes it is like this rhythmic sound of ´so-ham´ comes from the nose and at other times from an undefined space in the back of the head. And then again, the sound does not seem to have a definable location, so it is neither experienced to be inside or outside the head. It may even appear to originate from an invisible space outside the body like it has nothing to do with your appearance in a body.

And as that is actually so, feeling the sound of the empty breath is not a compelling experience like feeling the rhythm of the bass, because it cancels out the feeling of being in a specific body – as if there is no definable border between the body and its apparent surrounding. A sofa, for example, does not seem to differ from the body sitting in it.

This is basically due to the brain not being able to create a conscious experience of the signals it claims to receive from the sensory system of the body, when you are deeply connected with the empty breath (read more about that here), wherefore there is nobody to divide them into judgments of inside and outside, good and bad, high and low, them and me and so on. Hence the apparent differences in the experience of in a world where there seems to be more than one do not appear to make a difference.

Since this means there is nothing to define such a world, it becomes obvious that it is not real but a fantasy made from out of nothing. But just like the reality in the world of a game is the same whether you believe it is real or not, the reality of a world where there seems to be more than one remains the same, when you sense it is an illusion. Your relation with it, however, is forever changed. Being someone definitive, there is all pretence – just like it is, within that reality, when one pretends to be in the world of a game. Do not get attached to the rhythm of the empty breath, because the feeling of the rhythm is related to the body, so it stops when the body ends.

Since a rhythm has a beginning and an end, it is best not to get attached to the rhythm of the empty breath in the swing or transparent sound of it, because it ends when the body stops to function. At that moment, it is better to merge with the indifference of the empty breath or the non rhythmic and very chaotic energy in the operator of it, so that there is not something specific to stop the enlightenment of that which is one from absorbing the nothingness of you.

Via the transparent sound of the empty breath, you may naturally float into glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, which the visual-minded will experience as visions of light and the auditory minded as ethereal harmonies. If you are more emotional minded, you may feel the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises or taste the sweetness of it.

The glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, for example, the visual aspect of it, merges into one, if not interpreted as something specific. Hence there is no experience of that which is you being different from that which is one, so nothing seems to hide there never was or will be more than the formlessness of oneness.

The empty breath, however, is not something that can be brought about by manipulating the physical breath or exercising any other form of control. It is the other way around. When you go with the flow, the empty breath joins you.

A bicycle has nothing to do with the place, it is transporting you to.

This is not to say, that techniques cannot be helpful in regards to tone down the experience of you as someone definitive so that the apparent existence of you in the tangible world fabricated by the brain does not seem to be a fact but make-believe. Unfortunately most forget, that techniques have nothing to do with what they seem to accomplish. Just like a remote control have nothing to do with the music it triggers.

As the connection with the empty breath is a state of not-knowing there is no awareness of separation. Hence the apparent difference between past, now and future or you and Alexius does not make a difference.

It is not possible to illustrate the inner breath in its totality. This yon yang animation (please abstract from the holes) though may give you an idea of the simultaneously movement of the two waves inside the inner breath.

The connectedness with the empty breath is a state of not-knowing
Nobody really knows what the connectedness with the empty breath feels like as it is a state of not-knowing. So to write about that, he had to go back and forth between a state of not-knowing and the conscious experience of being someone, and compile the vague memories of the empty breath popping up in his consciousness.

If the resulting descriptions seem patchy and confusing, you can use the disorientation to ignite a take-off to the empty breath. See how to do that in Take-offs to ´the empty breath´ and How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´.

The empty breath is not only to be experienced within its border, because it has no specific border, so if you are experiencing it somewhere else, you have really become indifferent to the belief in being someone definitive, because only as such would you expect to experience it somewhere specific.

Please remember that even though the connectedness with the empty breath is impersonal, what you remember of it afterwards is personal, so your memories may be coloured in another way than those of Alexius.

If still confused you are welcome to mail Alexius, although using your uncertainty to ignite a take-off to the empty breath is preferable, because he cannot help neither you or himself as he sees nobody in need of help.

Thus you would be better off keep on reading about it until you hardly can stay awake, then go to bed, forget what you read the empty breath feels like, close your eyes, and most likely it will be there in one way or the other. Surely, they will rapidly change. That is if you do not try to hang onto one of them. In that case, they will cease.

Your eyes do not have to be closed, and you do not have to go to bed. You can sit anywhere in any position. You can also walk, run and/or talk. But if you are new to the empty breath, it may seem easier to connect with it by partly cut out the world of the external senses yourself, instead of waiting for it to be toned down when the empty breath syncs it with the world of the inner senses. You should, however, never attempt to cut out the world of the external senses yourself in situations, that requires your full attention in that, like driving a car, for example.

When not trying to make sense of this image but going with its absurdity, the free-flowing energy of the experience spontaneously ignites a take-off to the empty breath and its bliss of emptiness, provided there is a willingness to forget what you believe to be. The image is grabbed from the web.

If not perceiving what you read to be special, it cannot define you as unique. Thus there is not something special to obscure the bliss of nothing.

As soon as you have had enough of the frustration coming from the perception in being special and you do not try to edit or transform your feeling of desperation, the raw energy of it automatically ignites a take-off to the empty breath. Since it is nothing and your current experience of something is processed by the brain from what it did imagine to receive from a gap in nothing one second ago (read more about that here), the take-off to the empty breath only takes one second.

In other words, when you connect with the empty breath, you go one second back in linear time to the nothingness that is unprocessed into something by the brain.  From there, the brains rendering of nothing into a world of something looks the same, but it is not perceived to be something and therefore not confirming you to be someone. Hence you are in the bliss of nothing.

Every time you believe in fighting something, it is to prevent being nothing.

In linear time, it may take a few more seconds, or many years, before there is nothing but the bliss of emptiness because out of reflex you probably try to force the breath through the tensions in the body, instead of going with the flow of the empty breath. It may feel as if you are fighting with the empty breath about how to breathe.

This fight, however, is solely between what you perceive to be you and an intruder because the empty breath is not intruding you. That is not possible. It does not see you as someone made of solid elements, but of emptiness just like itself. So when you stop fighting nothing, the empty breath goes through the tensions, caused by the thoughts and feelings you have excluded from your awareness by hiding them in the body, as they are nothing.

To get to this point, you must be willing to not stop the breath from going through the painful areas of the body. In this process, you may use professional healthcare services to relieve the body from spasms and headaches, for example, because the empty breath is not healing the body – only the belief that there is someone there.

What you believe in being is nothing twisted by the brain into someone experiencing something. In the presence of the empty breath, which is nothing that has not been processed into something, you become indifferent to the experience of something and thus of being someone. Having passed the apparent physical and emotional obstacles, you turn into nobody. It may at first feel like the empty breath sets off from an engine in the abdomen as if it is an inner breath that in a slow fashion pumps air from there to extract the body (read more about that here), whereafter it returns to the engine which seems to take its time before it pumps it out again without any concept of being inside and outside of a body.

Despite that this is nothing which extracts and contracts nothing, it is in a world where everything is experienced as something also experienced to be that. It may be experienced as if you having fun surfing yin-yang like waves in the rhythmic flow of the empty breath, or being everywhere and nowhere in the sound of it, or joyfully moving with the swing of it, or being still in the abstractness behind its rhythmic flow. Although it may have been unedited speed and chaos that connected you with the empty breath, it is not a speedy or chaotic affair being connected, but like you weightlessly walk on clouds. Think of being high up in the sky in an aeroplane. Although it was the speed that ignited the take-off and it must be maintained to keep you in the air, it is not the speed you feel but a laid-back experience of being in the clouds.

Regarding speed, whether connected with the empty breath or not, we are always moving extremely fast because the Earth and thus us as well is spinning at 1.000 miles an hour, if at the equator and a little less when north and south of it, and the entire planet is hurtling around the sun at 67.000 miles an hour. Having a static perception of ourselves, however, we do not feel the thrill of this but having a perception in sync with the brain (read more about that here), we feel it and can use it to ignite a take-off to the empty breath.

However, the ways described in this article and the other ones in hack #4.4 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing are generally not geared for the basic but special self. That is because most are drawn in by the excitement they imagine to get from being special, rather than the pure happiness, they automatically receive when being basic, because the latter will not make them essential in a world where being special, bitchy and having something extraordinary is the standard. If not focused but defocused, all the elements used to construct what you believe to be blur out. Hence they do not seem to be something, and you, therefore, not different from the nothingness where the empty breath resides. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

So although being special brings about stress and being basic results in relaxation, almost everybody does their best to establish themselves as somebody special in a mundane or so-called spiritual way. Thus hack #4.4 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing is mostly about using stress and speedy thoughts as a take-off to the empty breath. In regards to the basic self, it is not the stress of being somebody but the relaxation of being nobody, that ignites a take-off to the empty breath.

Let us imagine, you have covered your eyes by your hand, so you can indulge in daydreaming without being disturbed by the world outside of you. Though it feels great to have a fantasy of a better world, it also feels strange to be cut off from the actual world.

So when you want to see the world as it is and not as you imagine it could be, and you sense it is your own hand that stops you from doing so, you automatically remove it. Hence it is the built-up frustration and the realisation it is caused by your own hand, that makes you take it away so you can see the world as it is.

Having had enough of something ignites a take-off to the empty breath and the bliss of nothing
The process in the above box, generally speaking, resembles the way a take-off to the empty breath is ignited. The perception of the experiences you seem to have is believed to establish you as special and therefore to hide that it is a fantasy made from nothing.

This perception, which is to be compared to the hand in the above box, is made from selected thoughts organised into a spiritual or mundane vocabulary (read more about that here), that you share with like-minded ones to confirm each other as being special and not just a fantasy of the brain. You may not only sense the bare feet that have made the footprints in this photo but also the body they belong to. Yet there is no feet or entity in the image, and nobody makes footprints like those. When you have had enough of the confusion that comes from this perception, you loosen the grip on the selected thoughts, making it up. Thus you start to see that being special is a daydream. When you are fed up by that, your frustration ignites a take-off to the empty breath. In the connectedness with its nothingness, there is not somebody to perceive that what you experience makes you special or anything at all. This does not mean that you disappear but that you are not attributed with a specific meaning.

The empty breath cannot be experienced as something definitive because it resides in the nothingness unprocessed by the brain. Hence you do not  notice it when you want to experience something.

Since this is a state of not-knowing, there is no awareness of the bliss that nothing entails when not disguised as something. But memories of it pop up when you return to the conscious experience of being someone, which you must do latest 20 minutes, 45 at most, after entering a state of not-knowing, if you want to be able to go on as someone substantial in a tangible world. When returning from a state of not-knowing to the consciousness of being someone definitive, the slate has been wiped clean, so even though it feels like you just had a unique experience, you are nothing special. Instead, you are the basic self you always were supposed to be. Being that you are happy.

And this happiness does not come from what you experience to be and have but from being in sync with the brain (see hack #4.2 The basic self versus the special one), there is no need to perceive any experiences as something special. Thus they seem so unimportant, that, every now and then, there does not appear to be something to hide the bliss of nothing. In other words, you automatically and very quickly go back and forth between a state of not-knowing and the conscious experience of being someone. See To be nobody and yet somebody.

The connectedness with the empty breath does not come from meditating, chanting or any other technique of self-control, because control enhances the belief in being someone definitive. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Being a basic self is an after-effect of a state of not-knowing that may last from a few seconds to many years. Often though it is quickly overridden by the desire to be and have something special. No worries. The confusing energy that this entails is so powerful that it ignites a take-off to the empty breath, provided you are willing to not fix your frustration yourself by denying or indulging in sex or anything else.

In other words, when you are totally fed up with being controlled by the thoughts and feelings, you have sought out yourself to form a belief system of how to be special, you automatically leave it. Not in the sense that you give up, let be or surrender because that is based on being special. But in the sense that the unedited frustration ignites a take-off to the empty breath and in its nothingness there is not something to define you as special anymore.

It is very easy to meet the requirement of the enlightenment of that which is one, as all it requires is that you do not know what and where you are, and this nobody knows. That is unless you hide this by being exclusive instead of inclusive because by excluding something, you seem to be defined as someone definitive, who autonomously can decide what and where to be. The animation is grabbed from Ello.

PART 1:
Someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one knows, there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one. Most others think there must be more.

This does not mean that someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one knows about heaven or nirvana, how to unite with atman or god, be full of bliss or to transcend the self and whatnot. For someone like that, it seems like a waste of time to obtain such states of mind, as to know, unite, transcend or be something requires more than one and therefore remains within the illusion of a world where there seems to be more than one.

In that context someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one prefers googling for how and where to get good food, clothes and other practical things, that make it more comfortable to pretend being in a world where there seems to be more than one a world, instead of trying to escape it by learning about kundalini, states of bliss and whatnot. Someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one knows, there is nothing to escape, because there is no more than that which is one.

Being grounded, wise or anything else are not attributes of someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, because someone like has no need to be anything specific.

Therefore someone like that does not care for abstract ideas of nirvana, higher states of consciousness and whatnot. And when using words like ego, personality, duality, non-duality and oneness, it is without knowing what they are. Words are just something that has been learned in order to be able to communicate in a world where there seems to be more than one and not to promote itself as someone special.

Someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one does not feel alienated, when taking part in a world where there seems to be more than one, because someone like that does not believe to be there, as there is no more than that which is one. Yet someone like that is not taking part in the world in order to be or to have something. Actually, someone like that does not know that there is something to be or have, because all what is known is that there is no more than that which is one. This is not the same, however, as that which is one is known. It cannot be known, as it takes more than one to know something.

Yet someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one has no idea about what the world is, as it is in the eye of the beholder, and what is behold cannot be trusted. It is all make-believe.

Neither does someone like that knows the formlessness of that which is one, because it takes more than one to know something. Yet someone like that knows what everybody else in a world where there seems to be more than one also know, namely that such a world is unreal. But even though it has not been possible to verify the creation of the world and Quantum Physics basically says, it does not exist unless you look at it, most suppress that what they see is make-believe.

In other words, most things said and done in the world is based on denial, whereas the foundation for what someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one seems to say and do is that a world where there seems to be more than one is not real, because there is no more than that which is one.

Consequently, there is nobody writing this, and therefore no personality with a need to fabricate a consistent article written by someone special. This does not mean that there is no personality because in a world where there seems to be more than one, it is as necessary as the body. Yet there is nobody identified with the personality, neither the body.

Someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one has, like everybody else, its own personality. But unlike everybody else, it is not definitive but relative. In other words, the personality can, just like the hands of the body, for example, be used in many ways, as there is no attachment to a special expression of it  Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The personality, however, still carries out its duty, namely to collect info that seems to prove, the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one is real. But as there is no identification with the personality, the apparent differences that it points out in the world are met with indifference. Hence they do not make a difference, and separation makes no sense. In other words, there is no more than that, which is one.

This is not something that has been realised by someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one. Not knowing and yet knowing that there is no more than that which is one is a natural state of someone like that.

PART 2: Someone who is not to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one can be compared to someone who is online all the time. The light of the sun is never seen – only the light of the screen is seen. Likewise, you never see the light from that which is one, when you believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. All the light you see in such a world is artificial, no matter where it seems to come from because such a world is not real.

Actually, all light that can be seen is an illusion, because it takes more than one to see something and there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one. Therefore the light from that which is one is not something you see, neither is it something you become, as that also requires more than one.

To not see and neither be the light of that which is one, you must be willing to undo the belief in being someone at all. Forgetting what and where you are or not caring about more accomplishes this.

Inclusiveness results in nothing, because without the exclusion of something, you cannot be defined. Not being definable there is nothing to hide the formlessness of that which is you.

The more you include, the less you appear to be separated but alone together, which is the obvious way back to the formlessness of that which is one, as this is how you imagined to leave it. The graphic is grabbed from Ello.

You are defined as someone definitive by what you do not like in yourself and therefore exclude by projecting it on others. In other words, it is the exclusion of something from what you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, that defines you as someone definitive there.

From this follows that if you do not exclude anything but include everything, you are not defined as someone definitive, neither is there no more for you to become or have, and so there is nobody to believe that you are someone definitive.

Theoretically speaking everything can be included right now. Yet you may want to take it slower and do it along the way, because the more the belief in being someone definitive is undone, the less you suffer from it, and so you are able to enjoy the excitement of this belief while having it undone.

You cannot fail when practising inclusiveness. If you forget to include something, you include your forgetfulness. And if you think, it is a sin to forget something, you include being a sinner.

Nothing has to be changed or made better to make inclusiveness work. It is very simple. You can never do it wrong because if you do, you include that.

You can also have the belief in being someone definitive undone in a similarly smooth way by having glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one (see the article Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment) or connecting with the empty breath (see hack #4.4 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing).

The last two approaches require you to open up to the world of the inner senses, but if you prefer to remain in the world of the outer senses while slowly but surely having the belief in being someone definitive undone, you stick to inclusiveness as described above. Another approach that also sets off from the world of the outer senses is to pretend to be in it instead of believing to be there (see hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation) or to perceive everything as a symbol of that which makes it possible to experience them (see hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life or simply be what you already are as someone definitive, namely alone together (see hack #8.8 Alone together is the key to that which is one).

If you do not want to take it slow but to have the belief in being someone definitive undone in less than no time, you bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one. See HACK #5-7, Inner senses, enlightenment and glimpses of it.

Apart from the enlightenment of that which is one, the above approaches overlap each other. Basically, they all lead to what in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings is called a state of not-knowing, which after-effect is perfect moments. They are not perfect in the sense that there is nothing wrong, but that everything right and wrong or whatever is perceived as it is what it is, so nothing is right or wrong.

The best of the above approaches to use is the one that suits you the most. If it changes from day-to-day, that is the way to go for you. Alexius follows the empty breath, which like an automatic gear shift between the above approaches, that makes you indifferent to the apparent differences of a world where there seems to be more than one.

All that being said about ways, the formlessness of that which is one is everything, because what is formless is endless. Hence a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion, including any way out of it. So to fully undo the belief in such a world, the way you appear to go must be undone as well.

PART 3:
Though Alexius is someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, he does not know what it is. So if you after having read Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings have the impression that he knows something, you may have fooled yourself into thinking, that he believes he as someone definitive is making them.

Alexius does not believe to be someone definitive.  It is just something he pretends to be, and what he writes while pretending this is not something he has devised. As a vessel, he simply types what he receives without trying to understand it.

There is not something to understand in regards to the enlightenment of that which is one, as what is understandable has a beginning and an end, whereas that which is one is formless and therefore endless. That is why the enlightenment of that which is one does not supply you with a higher understanding but simply leaves you with nothing.

It is also why there is nothing outside of it, neither you, Alexius or his non-teachings. This is not to say that you, Alexius and his non-teachings are inside of it. What is formless has no sides, so there is no inside. Besides, it takes more than one to be somewhere.

It cannot be known what the enlightenment of that which is one is, because it requires more than one to know something, and all that it reveals is that there is no more than that which is one. Consequently everything you seem to know about it is wrong.

In other words, Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings does not point to the formlessness of that which is one, as there is nothing outside of it. Furthermore, formlessness takes up no space, so there is nothing to point to.

You may think that what can be seen is real, but it is the other way around, only that which cannot be seen is real, because reality is the formlessness of that which is one and as formlessness has no dimensions it is invisible.

But Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings point to the experience of you, Alexius, his non-teachings and anything else conceivable as an illusion, because it takes more than one to experience something and there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one.

Alexius body is not full of light, neither is he the way, as Jesus supposedly claimed that he was. The enlightenment of that which is one is formless, so it cannot fill a body defined by time and space. Also it takes at least two and not one to fill something with something.

For the same reason there is no way leading to the enlightenment of that which is one. No worries. It is not needed, because that which is one is formless, so it never ends and consequently cannot be left. Hence there is no Alexius or anybody else to enlighten.


NOTES: In a world where there seems to be more than one, it seems there is a lot to learn about how to function there. In that context, Alexius knows something, for example how to type and publish Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings on the web. Yet he does not use his worldly knowledge to make him appear as if he is special, but as a means to undo the belief in being someone at all.

In the context of spirituality, Alexius knows nothing, because spirit is the formlessness of that which is one. This article is written in that context.

Are there degrees of enlightenment?

Enlightenment can also be felt and heard in several degrees. AUM can open your inner ear.

It will seem to happen in degrees because as long as there appears to be an ´I´ that thinks it has the power to let go of anything, you hang onto the person, you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. The answer to the question in the headline is both yes and no. Before I start to elaborate on this, I like to remind you, that if two people drink the exact same cup of tea, they will most likely describe it differently. Maybe one of them talks about it in a very ecstatic way and the other one in a very down-to-earth way. Still, it is the same tea, so – in the context of this metaphor – please focus on the tea and not the description, when you read this article.

In the enlightenment of that which is one everything happens in such a speed that there is no way for the mind to do its usual thing of labelling and categorising in order to put everything appear into understandable boxes. This is an after rationalisation because there is nobody in the enlightenment of that which is one to think of such a thing or to be aware of the world, so it is just not there.

This enlightenment is not an experience, neither a state, as there is no ´I´ in it to be aware of something, It is that which is one, and there are no degrees of it. How long time it lasts in the context of linear time is not to say, because it is one perpetual present.

To rise again from the dead, as it feels like when returning from the enlightenment of that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one, you again appear to be someone definitive. Yet, this is not something you believe to be but pretend to be. But whether you believe or pretend to be there, it is something that requires more than one, and so it seems to hide the enlightenment of that which is one.

You can compare it to activating an app on your computer or smart media. When you do it, the desktop – although still there – is hidden until you turn off the app again.

Alexius is like every other person in the world not perfect. But unlike most others he knows, it is not possible to be perfect, because that requires more than one and there is no more than that which is one.

Alexius was very young when the belief in being someone definitive for the first time momentarily was turned off. He did not know about the enlightenment of that which is one from books or anywhere else, and he did not consider himself to have – what the purist may call – a pure mind or body. He probably still doe not has that, because the enlightenment of that which is one does not change anything in the world. Nothing is transformed into peace, love, purity or whatever. There is no more than that which is one, so there is not something to transform. That is the revelation of enlightenment – and there are no degrees in that.

Balance is a concept invented, so that you can always feel out of balance and therefore constantly is occupied trying to get it. Being on a mission like that, you do not have time to see that there is no balance in an illusion – neither btw in that which is real. Reality is one and it takes two to have a balance.

Spiritual wannabe´s try to follow special ideas like for example the concept of balance – as if there is any balance in an illusionary world – so that when they have achieved the right balance they are considered spiritual, which they imagine is manifested by them moving at a very slow pace. This state of numbness they have decided is to be in higher consciousness. Yet high consciousness is as illusory as low, as it takes more than one to be have something. If instead they acknowledged, that they do not know what and where they are, the enlightenment of that which is one comes so fast, that the mind has no time to distinguish anything and therefore forget about concepts of spirituality and whatnot.

He has no answer to questions like how come he bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, or how come he returned to the world again. All he can say is that at this very moment he is writing this article in a world, that seems to be full of degrees. So yes in such a world you can experience degrees of enlightenment. but they are not the enlightenment of that which is one though, but glimpses of it.

When he was a child, he was not allowed to see the fully decorated Christmas tree before Christmas Eve. But he took some sneak peeks through the keyhole in the door and was very amazed by the light he saw. Those sneak peeks can be compared to glimpses of enlightenment. You are still in your normal world from where you have glimpses of something very different.

In the context of this metaphor, it is not only the beautiful light from all the candles, you experience looking through the keyhole, you can also hear all the glitter move on the green leaves. Actually, if you are more audio than visual-minded, it might be these sounds, that bliss you out rather than the light.

Apart from the visual and audiovisual aspects of the enlightenment of that which is one, there are also aspects of feeling and tasting it. You do not, however, need to follow all the aspects to come back to that which is the oneness of you. One aspect will do. Personally, I have followed the visual and emotional aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one in the non-degree version. Yet, as it is one perpetual present, it cannot be brought back into a world of linear time, so there are just vague memories of it.

Glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one is experienced through the inner senses when the outer ones are partly closed. And just like ordinary experiences, there are degrees of them and they can be remembered in the world of the outer senses. These glimpses come to him daily in various degrees of the four aspects of the enlightenment of that which is one. The easiest one – in his case – is the emotional experience of hearing and feeling the sound that Aum or Sohang symbolises.

It sounds and feels like the vibrations from an enormous vacuum cleaner or the ventilation plant in an airport. I have met people who have heard this humming when meditating but disregarded it as a sound coming from their neighbour hovering. People are spending so much time repeating Aum or Sohang in expectation of something mysterious to happen when all they have to do is to repeat it a few times to get in tune with the humming floating on top of the ´end´ of the word. You can read the practical instruction on how to do this in this article.

The word Aum or Sohang can be compared to the control knob on an analogue radio, that you use to fine tune into hearing just one station. When you have gotten it, you do not need the control knob – or in this case, the word Aum or Sohang to hear the echo of that which is one. If you hear or feel the humming of that which is one, while still aware of the world, it is a glimpse of enlightenment of that which is one, which is revealed in degrees depending on how much you are unaware of a world, where there seems to be more than one.

All degrees of enlightenment are experiences, and any experience is part of the illusion of the world. It seems though, that these degrees of enlightenment bring you closer to the beginning of the world – before the big bang – which often is experienced as a paradise full of ecstasy and bliss. Yet as any all other experiences these also have an end. So does this article.

The mind may expect a conclusion to the above, but there is none – and if you do not try to make one yourself, you are on the way to experience glimpses of enlightenment. You can read how to speed it up in this article.

Why do the oranges fall down from the trees outside the house of Alexius every November? The answer is simple, it is the season for that. Likewise, it seems to be the season for Alexius to write an article about bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one and the fear it may involve.

As it also takes more than one to return to that which is one, there is no help to get from it. Besides, it does not know that you believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. It is not possible, because that which is one is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than that which is one. But it is possible to imagine being someone specific in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Most books or lectures about the enlightenment of that which is one are based on speculations of how to exclude what is judged as bad in order become full of light and joy. But to exclude is to separate and therefore an enhancement of the belief in being someone definitive – and nothing definable can enter the enlightenment of that which is one .

The enlightenment of that which is one can be compared to taking a ride in a fairground carousel so fast, that the mind has to give up seeing any differences at all. The enlightenment of that which is one undoes this imagination. Yet it is not an experience, neither a state of mind or some kind of being or consciousness, as it takes more than one to experience or be something. Well, there is no mind at all in the enlightenment of that which is one. There is just one bright light. Not a light though that lightens up anything, as that would require more than one. For the same reason, there is no memory at all of a world where there seems to be more than one.

In other words, the imagination of being someone definitive is wiped out by the enlightenment of that which is one, so there is nobody left to experience bliss or anything else. Therefore, what he is about to tell is not based on his experience of the enlightenment of that which is one, but vague memories of it.

His memories may seem to imply, the enlightenment of that which is one is a sequence of events happening in linear time, but that is only because one perpetual present cannot be described in a world of linear time. And even though it is described as it ´happened´ many years ago, in non-linear time, it is still ´happening´. In other words, his description may be a mix of several ´excursions´ from linear time into one perpetual present.

An early morning, when he was 22 years old, he bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one after having intensely worked as a taxi driver for about 15 hours. Somehow the sum of the images from driving around the streets continually looking for customers turned the world into something less definable and more blurry. As he had no energy left to establish a focus of the world, he was sucked into by a spiralling show of psychedelic light, that did not seem to come from anywhere.

The enlightenment of that which is one is to be compared to the fusion of all lights, or sounds, or emotions, or tastes – depending on our preference as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

None of these fusions are the formlessness of that which is one. They are merely tools for attracting you to the extent, that you do not fight it, when all the thoughts collected to fabricate your personality are extracted by it, so that there is not something definable to be sucked through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one.

This article is about the first time the belief in being someone definitive momentarily was undone for Alexius, so the enlightenment of that which is one was bid welcome. It is the most known aspect* of it, namely light, that was bid welcome. Later its other aspects* – sound, emotion and taste –was also bid welcome. Not as a mix though  but one by one. It is not possible to mix something in the enlightenment of that which is one, as that requires more than one.

I assume it is not necessary to bid welcome all the aspects* of the enlightenment of that which is one, but that one of them is sufficient in regards to completely forget the imagination of a world where there seems tl be more than one.

Suddenly a black spot with no fixed location, nor a fixed form, looking like a horse head or an embryo showed up. And then a completely colourless light – brighter than the coloured light outside the black spot – started to show as a ring outside the edges of the black spot, that must have been a hole, as colourless light exploded out of it.

This light took over everything, as it was everywhere and yet nowhere. And just like that extracted the concept of Alexius and a world where there seems to be more than one and left it at the edge of the black hole, so the nothingness of him gracefully was falling through it into the formlessness of that which is one. If it was falling or floating he cannot recall because everything happened simultaneously, but there is a sense of forever falling while at the time floating in a space that was not there – and then in the exact same moment as forever falling there was nothing.

That is all folks. There is no more to tell. At this point, the enlightenment of that which is one is over, and there is nothing but the formlessness of that which is one, as it is called in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. It is not a big void of nothing filled with exotic ideas of unconditional love and whatnot. On the contrary. It is not filled with anything since that requires more than one

There is nothing to disturb you in that which is one, because there is no more than one. It is so simple compared to the peace fabricated in a world where there seems to be more than one, as that is always based on having to exclude something disturbing.

Thus it is neither peaceful or anything else. Metaphorically speaking the speed of it is so fast that it is not possible to differentiate anything. The conception of separation is not possible, so there is not something to see, nor anyone to see this. That is why stillness is not needed. Fortunately, because it is incredibly noisy – and then again all the noise is so loud, that it merges into one sound, all lights into one light, all emotions into one feeling and all tastes into one taste, that last no time.

This is not to be understood as the enlightenment of that which is a mix of light, sound, emotion and taste. These are four aspects* of it, but you only bid one of them welcome at a time. It does not matter which one of them. They all have the same purpose. Namely to attract you to such an extent, that you cannot help but let them extract all thoughts making it appear as if you are someone definitive and leave them at the edge of a black hole so that there is nothing definable to be sucked through it into the formlessness of that which is one.

It is, of course, a metaphor to say, oneness is on the other side of a black hole, as it is formless and therefore without end, inside or outside – also without size.

Dunno if there is a spiral around the black hole of the enlightenment of that which is one, because being that close nothing seems to differ from each other. Yet for a moment so short, that it is not conceivable, a light inside the edge of the black hole so much brighter that the very bright light around it, suddenly explodes into a formless light that does not include Alexius but the formlessness of that which I am. I seem to remember a spiral around a black hole in the enlightenment of that which is one. I do not remember it exactly as in this image – either because everything was moving so fast or I was so close that nothing seemed to differ from each other. Yet for a moment so short, that it is not conceivable, a light inside the edge of the black hole – so much brighter than the very bright light around it – suddenly like thousands of atomic bombs exploded into a formless light that erased anything definable, so what ´happened´ after being sucked by this light through a black hole I cannot tell, neither can I find any image on the web that can illustrate the vague memories of the nothingness of everything. The enlightenment of that which is one is unexplainable
When the belief in being Alexius momentarily was undone, and the enlightenment of that which is one was bid welcome, he had never seen a black hole before (and fortunately he did not see it in the enlightenment of that which is one, as otherwise, he would have bounced back to a world defined by time and space), so description of the entrance to that which is one as a black hole is made in retrospect. And calling it an entrance is a metaphor because there is neither an entrance or an exit to that which is endless.

Actually, it was not before much later, when he saw pictures of black holes from far out in the universe, that he sensed how familiar they were – much more than appearing to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Describing the enlightenment of that which is one in a world, where there seems to be more than one, is not possible, because even though so much is happening nothing is happening because it is one perpetual present.

To bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, you, of course, do not have to drive a taxi all night or be in ´a deep sleep´ like Buddha supposedly described it. Whatever way you lose focus or stop defining and labelling will do in regards to bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one. Meditation though may work against this because many use it to concentrate and focus in an attempt to achieve something specific – and anything definable fence of the enlightenment of that which is one.

The return from that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one
How come Alexius returned to a world where there seems to be more than one after the enlightenment of that which is one? According to legend Buddha returned out of compassion for others. If this is the case for Alexius, he is not aware of it. But why should he return out of compassion for others, when there is no more than that which is one.

Jesus, who also seemed to return, said that going to heaven – assuming that by going there meant to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one – is more difficult than for a camel to go through an eye of a needle. And in ancient scriptures of India, it is often said that you have to come empty-handed.

It seems, that a person momentarily can forget to uphold the believe in being someone definitive, so that there is not something definable to go through the eye of a needle into the enlightenment of that which is one – but it also seems, this eye of a needle is just big enough for a slight leftover of the belief in being someone definitive to pass through, and that this little piece will fear being completely annihilated by the formlessness of that which is one.

To defend itself against this, it hangs onto anything that it can define as something, and by doing so you are back as someone definitive in a world limited by time and space, where things happen at such a slow speed, that there is plenty of time to realise, there is nothing to fear, if you do not believe to be someone definitive, as then there is nothing to annihilate.

We cannot know how come Buddha and Jesus returned to a world where there seems to be more than one in order to appear as if they were somebody specific there, but from also having returned Alexius knows there is nobody to help in such a world and nothing to heal but the sick belief, that something appearing to be definable can block out the formlessness of oneness.

Maybe he wanted to be reestablished as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, so he could escape what he perceived to be a relentless power taking away his free will and totally wipe out what he believed to be, which is also true as seen from the point of believing to be someone definitive. But if you do not uphold this belief, there is no free will to take away or anybody conceivable to wipe out – and therefore nothing to fear.

Seen from the perspective of that which is one, which is only possible metaphorically speaking as it takes more than one to see something, nothing is taken away or wiped out, because there is no more than that which is one.

Without the belief in being someone, there is no annihilation to fear
Fear of annihilation, as talked about in the above, is often related to an authority problem. In the case of Alexius, he perceived his father and later other authority figures as somebody determined to take away his free will and incorporate him like a satellite in their world.

If such a perception is correct or not is not the matter. Freedom is only a problem if you have chosen to believe that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Without this belief, there is no more than that which is one, and therefore nothing to take away anything.

It is not possible though to completely stop believing that you are someone definitive while appearing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one because otherwise, it would not appear to be there. It is also not possible to solve all unsolved issues with others, as being someone specific is based upon having those problems.

But it is possible to realise, that problems are simply something you pretend to have in order to appear as someone definitive, so when the enlightenment of that which is one exposes them, there is no reason to take the fear of being annihilated by an omnipresent power serious, because the problems are not yours but something you pretend to have.

Another straightforward way to undo the belief in being someone specific is to see everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one. When you as a person in the world is nothing but a symbol, it is not fearful when this symbol is erased by the enlightenment of that which is one, so only that which it symbolises is left. To see that being someone definitive is nothing but make-believe, you must first acknowledge, that you think, you know what and where you are – and that you therefore are mistaken.

The fastest way to undo the belief in being someone at all is to realise that you do not know what and where you are. When there is not someone to be conscious about someone definitive, there is nothing to lose or let go off.

The above ways of undoing the belief in being someone definitive does not require enlightenment. It definitely helps, but the despair of appearing to be someone in a capsule of time and space is just as good a prerequisite.

A season for everything
That there is a way to undo the belief in being someone definitive, may be an obstacle in itself, because ultimately speaking there is nothing to undo and nobody to return to the formlessness of oneness, as there is no more than that which is one. So maybe Alexius just appeared to return from the enlightenment of that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one because it was the season for such imagination. And maybe one day it is the season imagination is over so that there is no imagination to hide the unimaginable, namely that which is one. Do not know, and it does not really matter, because there is no more than that which is one, regardless of seasons or whatever else imagined that requires more than one.

*) The article is about the most known aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one, namely light. Whatever aspect that comes to you when you bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one depends on your preferences as someone definitive. If you, for example, are very visual, light is what comes to extract all definable traits of yours, so there is not something to be sucked through a black hole into that which is one. As that which is one is formless and therefore endless, it is not possible to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, nor is it possible to be anywhere else, as it takes more than one to be something, and there is no more than the formlessness of oneness. In other words, what and where you believe to be is not there. According to the brain, however, it receives frequencies from a sensory system, that confirm us to be somebody substantial in a tangible world where there seems to be more than one.

But since there is no more than that which is one, this experience produced by the brain of a tangible world with us as substantial beings is a deception – including the story of the big bang. Also the recent findings of science that seems to suggest that as our visual system is sensitive to sound frequencies, and our sense of smell in part is dependent on what is called cosmic frequencies, and the cells in our bodies are sensitive to a broad range of frequencies, we are a portion of a holographic domain of consciousness and thus part of something greater.

It is more to the point when aspects of Pribram’s holographic model of the brain is put together with Bohm’s theory. For if the concreteness of the world is but a secondary reality and what seems to be ´there´ actually is a holographic blur of frequencies, and if the brain also is a hologram and only selects some of the frequencies out of this blur and mathematically transforms them into sensory perceptions, what becomes of objective reality?

Put quite simply, everything experienced is an illusion. We are ´receivers´ that seem to float through a kaleidoscopic sea of frequencies, that literally speaking is non-existing. Yet a physical world in 3D appears to be rendered from this nothingness that we as receivers choose to experience as real, and doing so we affirm ourselves to be authentic as well.

Yet the experience of a physical world is only one out of many, it could also be an astral world that one seems to extract from the sea of nothingness and project ghostly images into it via its simulated superhologram, so nothing appears to be something.

To resume, the whole world – whether it seems physical or spiritual – is a fantasy made to fool you into believing, you are a physical being with a sensory system, that receives frequencies from a world outside of you and thus ratifies you to be someone substantial in a tangible world. Read more about that here.

That somebody is making this fantasy is also a fantasy. It is wishful thinking by those who want to be ratified as a conscious being. Just like nobody makes a dream, nobody makes the fantasy of a world where there seems to be more than one – and nobody is in it.

APPENDIX:
The so-called fact that the brain bases the experiences it produces on the info it receives from our sensory system is part of the story it composes to make us believe, we have these experiences that seem to confirm we are somebody in a world where there seems to be more than one. For those who see through this, the brain has another story, namely that although any experience is made from out of nothing, someone is conscious about this illusion of something.

The brain likes are proud of this story because to be conscious of something, there must be more than one and it is all about hiding, there is no more than that which is one. And also that consciousness is just another a deception of the brain, meant to confirm itself and its creations as real.

Nor science, religions or anything else has been able to explain the existence of the universe. The reason for that is very simple, it does not exist.

This explanation is, of course, a load of guff, because it takes more than one to explain something, and there is no more than one since it is formless and therefore endless. In other words, if our appearance as somebody in a world where there seems to be more than one were explainable, the brain and its fantasy of the of us as separated beings in such a world would be real, and oneness unreal.

PMT A perfect moment does not require learning – only inclusion

PART 1:
Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings
about including both sides of a contrast, so that they cancel out each other* and leave you with nothing but a perfect moment is not meant to be a new religion or philosophy with special steps to learn and strictly to follow.

In the previous articles where there have been examples of contrasts like love and hate or good and bad, it is quite easy to figure out the opposite opponents of a contrast. But you do not need to be conscious about the opposite side of a certain thought or feeling in order to include both sides of the contrast.

It only make sense to talk about night, because we also are aware of its contrast day. And we would not know about light if not for darkness. So it makes no difference, if you are aware of both sides of a contrast or not, as long as you just include one side of it exactly as you perceive it.

You cannot experience just one thing. If you did you would not know what it is that you experience. You need the contrast of love, which is hate, to know you are in love. In other words, when including love as it is, hate is automatically included* – even though it often may be on an unconscious level.

The inclusion of everything perceived in a moment is not complicated. If the Chinese wallpaper in this image is not part of the perception of the moment for the person eating in a Chinese restaurant, there is no need for him to include it.

Maybe he did not even noticed the food in the moment of this photo, but had a childhood memory popping up when being photographed. If so, including everything as it is perceived in the moment for him is to include the memory of his childhood and whatever thoughts or feeling arises from that.

This is what makes the moment perfect for him. Not Alexius shooting the photo, the Chinese food or the beautiful people passing by, because that is not his perception of the moment. His perception of the moment is of the past, and when that is included the moment is perfect now.

There are no rules but inclusion
It is inclusiveness that makes a moment perfect. If there is something you forget to include, you include forgetfulness, which automatically will include mindfulness as well, whether you are aware of this contrast or not.

A perfect moment can be compared to a zone where there is no concern and therefore no need to correct, transcend or transform anything.

The idea of living in the now is as most so-called spiritual ideas based on exclusion so that the belief in separation can be enhanced – in this case, it is the past and future that is excluded in order to find a separated point in between those called now. A perfect moment, however, is no based on separation, as it includes any memory of the past as well as expectations for the future.

It can last a split second, but it may also seem as if you forever are in a state of daydreaming about nothing, or a short outburst of crying about the past, or a vision of a sensual kiss in the future. It lasts as long as you have no concern for a world where there seems to be more than one.

But measured in the linear time, it cannot last more than 20 minutes, 45 minutes at the most, as a world where there seems to be more than one constantly needs to be witnessed. If not, you will not experience it anymore. Neither anything else, as what you believed to be is no more. Not is the sense, that it has been replaced by something else, because it was never there, although the belief that it hid the formlessness of oneness.

To include everything does not mean you must stop to exclude. That would not be to include everything. You do not need to stop anything to undo the belief in separation. You simple include everything – also excluding.

No need to worry about getting it right. All that is needed for a moment to be perfect is to not be exclusive but inclusive – and you are automatically inclusive when not exclusive.

If this seems to be unsettling, include it, and you will see, that by including all parts of your experience of a world where everything seems to be different, their apparent difference makes no difference, and so the belief in separation, which is what makes you feel uncomfortable, is slowly being undone while you at the same time are enjoying this belief.

To include everything has nothing to do with the so-called union of soul, mind and body.** To believe in such concepts is just as illusionary, as to believe in any other concept based on the idea that it is possible to be or have more than that which is one. As it takes more than one to include something, this is of course also an illusion. Yet the illusion of inclusion is a way to use the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one yo undo that belief.

It may be easier to include somebody than the feelings they represent
If a feeling from the past
seems a little diffuse, it is often easier to include it by merely including those you blame for it in the present, or by including your body as it feels in this moment, as most unwanted thoughts and feelings are stored there, for example in the stomach until the pressure gets too high on the body, so you try to alleviate it by projecting it onto others – often those closest to you.

In other words, your body and those closest to you may be the most significant symbols of exclusion, so by including those symbols, you are way off on your way to undo the belief in separation. In the case of Alexius, his cats most certainly represent excluded sides of him, that seems a bit diffuse to him and therefore hard to include. Yet, it is easy to include his cats.

To include them is not the same as to love them, as you cannot love something unless it is perceived to be separated from you. From this follows, to love somebody is to exclude somebody. Yet this exclusion – just like any other, can be undone by including it.

If there is somebody you dislike, you do not need to change that, because when this is not justified, but simply included as it is, to like or dislike makes no difference.

It is all about inclusion
As already state Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are not a new philosophy or religion with a new vocabulary and rules, that you must learn and strictly follow, so if you, for example, do not want to include your cats, feel free to exclude them. It does not matter, as long as you include your unwillingness to do this. In other words, exclusion is also fine – just remember to include it that you are exclusive … and should you forget that, well, include your forgetfulness.

Maybe inclusion does not seem to work for you. No problem. If it feels frustrating and as if something still is missing, you just include that.

Life is not exclusive but inclusive, so to not exclude is to uncover life. When exclusion is included, you do not exclude.

If you are unwilling to undo your belief in a world, where there appear to be more than one, you do not need to change that, because if you include your unwillingness you will also include your willingness, as like any other contrast they are like two sides of the same coin. PART 2: To include something means that you do not exclude it by projecting it onto others and blame them for what is yours. Not that it actually is yours. Nothing is. Your appearance as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion, as there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

Nobody has created Mickey Mouse, because he does not exist, neither does the world where he seems to live – even though there seems to be elements of reality in it.

Since what and where you believe to be is nothing but empty space, it is neither you or the world but the perception of it as something that is the problem in regards to seeing the illusion of it. This includes realising there is nobody perceiving it as something and realising it is nothing because hat calls for more than one and tthere is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

However, while you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, everything is yours – whether it appears to be inside or outside, so-called spiritual or mundane – because it is you who perceives the experience of it as real. That is why not excluding anything but including everything precisely as perceived undoes the belief in being what and where you perceive to be.***

Mickey Mouse looks very happy, but there is no happiness in him except for what you believe to be there.

A world where there seems to be more than one can be compared to a digitisied movie. Even though it consists of nothing but zeros and ones, you perception of it makes you forget what is real.

Do not worry if you are not willing to include everything. Unwillingness**** does not matter if not justified by others but included as yours. No need to worry either, if you are justifying unwillingness. The same that applies to unwillingness applies to justification. It makes no difference when included as yours.

A person is to be compared to a MP3 file

A MP3 is a compressed compressed version of lossless music. A world, where there seems to be more than one, can be compared to a compressed version of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

A world, where there seems to be more than one, can be compared to a compressed version of that which is one. Although that which is one has no size, the compressed version of it is defined by size, so that it is possible to imagine seeing more than one. PART 1:
MP3 is a compressed version of uncompressed music, which is considered to be lossless. Some think, that by hitting a button, they can reverse a compressed version of Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band by the Beatles, for example, back to its lossless state. But all they get is a new file ending with a word like FLAC instead of MP3.

Although the new file may be bigger than the old one, nothing has changed in regards to the quality of the music. In other words, when music is compressed into MP3 it has forever lost something, and there is no way of getting back what is lost, no matter how much bigger you make the MP3 file.

A person can be compared to a MP3 music file. No matter what you do, the data lost in the conversion to MP3 can never be regained, so if you want wholeness, it is not to be found in a world defined by time and space.

Actually, it is not to be found anywhere, because wholeness is that which is one and it takes more than one to find something. Fortunately that which is whole needs not to be found, because there is nothing else than the oneness, since it is formless and therefore endless.

Any person in a world encapsulated by time and space can be compared to a compressed version of the formlessness of that which is one, and just like MP3 music has forever lost something, so has someone who seems to live in a capsule of time and space.

No matter how much more is added or subtracted from someone encapsulated by time and space it will never be formless. The same applies to any transformational process a person is engaged in. All you get is a new appearance, that may make you appear to be larger or higher. But that which is you is no different from the formlessness that which is one, and formlessness has no size.

In reality, it is not possible to experience size, as to experience something requires more than one, and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. It is, however, possible to imagine, that there is more than one and that you are or can become more that which is one. And it is this imagination, that appears to hide the formlessness of that which is one.

Maybe you get excited by imagining a woman. The more you move around this imagination, the more the woman starts to take form. PART 2:
A world defined by time and space is an abstraction of oneness, which is invisible since it is formless and therefore without size. But as formlessness is endless it is everything. Yet it lasts no time, as it is timeless, which seems pretty boring from the perspective of a world defined by time and space.

So how come we appear to be in a world defined by time and space, when there is no more than the eternal now of oneness. The answer is observation. If you imagine being separated from the formlessness of oneness and observe it from different angles it appears to have dimensions because of the changing angles. And because your movements between the angles seem to take time, it also appears as if oneness is a world of linear time.

This observation is what is repeated again and again in a world defined by time and space. The more someone observes the appearances of the world by moving around them, the more the observer experience a dimensional world.

The New Age idea about observing the world in order to be detached from it does the exact opposite, namely attach you to it.

Observation is the foundation of a world defined by time and space. This is what keeps it spinning, and you appear to be in an open prison. Not in the sense that the world has the power to imprison you. It is your movements as an observer, that seems to imprison you in a world encapsulated by time and space.

The focus on something imagined is how the whole a world defined by time and space seems to appear. But this appearance will disappear, when not keeping a distance to it as an observer.

So when what you appear to stop moving and observing where you appear to be, time and space cease to exist. Hence there is not something to hide, there is no difference between that which is you and the formlessness of that which is one.

To stop moving as someone definitive is to not focus, as defocusing lift the apparent border between the observer and the observed.* This is 100 per cent intimacy.** Hence intimacy is one way to not hide the formlessness of that which is one. In other words, it is the end of appearing as someone definitive with a will of its own. That is why most persons fight intimacy by observing the world and its appearances to keep everything at a distance and themselves as someone defined.

There is nothing real to accomplish

There is nothing real to accomplish in a virtual world. It is all make-believe.

PART 1;
If it feels limiting to function as a person in a body, it is not because the world is limited. Actually, it is neither limited or unlimited. The world including the person you appear to be is simply not there. Nothing definable is real. It only seems so, because you believe so

That which is you is no different from life, which is the same as the formlessness of oneness. As it has no size, it is neither big or small and thus invisible in a world where only what is defined by time and space is believed to exist. And they are not wrong, because only what is definable exist. Nevertheless, nothing that exists is real, since oneness is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than that which is one and as it takes more for something to exist, existence is an illusion.

So if you believe to exist, whether as someone so-called spiritual or mundane, this belief just needs to be corrected. Just like – in the context of a world defined by time and space – if you believe to someone in the world of a movie you are, there is nothing you need to escape this world. As you are not there, it is only the belief that you are there, which needs to be undone.

Thus nothing needs to be avoided or achieved, that while you seem to be someone in a world defined by time and space. You just follow its concepts, just like within the concept of this world you do when playing a game like for example Monopoly. No need to change anything. It is all equally unreal and can only be changed or transformed into something else unreal.

Yet you only follow the concepts of a world defined by time and space in order to navigate there, and not to prove it is real. If the latter is the case, time and space feel limiting and you start searching for something larger – like nirvana, heaven and other dreamy states.

There is nothing real to be found in the world of Monopoly. It is all make-believe. The same applies to everything experienced to be in a world defined by time and space. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

There is no more to be found
When you play Monopoly there is no more to find there, than what you see on the cardboard. Even if you think you have found a hidden gem in the cardboard, it is as virtual as the rest. The same applies to the world where you believe to be someone definitive. There is nothing real to be found there, no matter how much you search. Neither is it necessary, because just like what you believe to be physically speaking is not in the world of Monopoly, neither is the formlessness of that which is you in a world defined by time and space.

As it takes more than one to transform something real, nothing real can ne transformed as reality is that which is one. So if you believe to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, there is nothing to transform.

There are no higher frequencies to integrate into the body, that will transform you into something that is more real, as it is fashionable to believe nowadays. Just like everything that appears in a movie is virtual no matter colour, speed and you wearing 3D glasses, everything that appears to be the world where you believe to be is worldly – and as the world is no more real than a movie, there is nothing to transform or to perfect – except to become a perfect idiot believing there is something to learn.

What you pretend to be, you are not
The conclusion of the above is not that you should hurry up and get out of a world encapsulated by time and space. Why should you? Time is an illusion and nothing definable is real, so the formlessness of that which is you is not there.

You may act like you are a woman in a world defined by time and space, but it is just something you imagine to be, because that which is you is not something definitive but the formlessness of oneness, and as formlessness is endless there is no world defined by time and space. In a world that is not real, the avoidance of something is just another illusion.

In other words, there is no need to refrain from becoming and having more, while you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. Whatever you appear to be can be used to undo the belief in being someone definitive, if it is perceived as something you pretend to be, since what you pretend to be you are not.*

In a world defined by time and space it is all about appearance. A designer would for example never make a square photo with sides that are of equal length, because that does not appear to be square to the human eye. If you want to make it a photo appear to be square, you must make the height of it just a little longer than the width.

The parts of the body – including chakras and whatnot – are instruments for implementing your personality in a world of your choice. The personality – including soul or whatever you imagine having – is a made-up image, you use to differentiate your appearance from other appearances in the world where you seem to be. But as such a world is make-believe, so is your appearance there. In other words, that which is you is not really there. It is just something you pretend.

Reality is that which is one, so there is nothing real to accomplish, as it takes more than one to accomplish something.

Whatever you pretend to be in a world believed to be defined by time and space will have an end, as nothing definable lasts. When and how it ends does not matter though, as that which pretend to appear in make-believe world is formless and therefore endless.

Reality cannot be seen, as it takes more than one to see something – and reality is that which is one. In other words, everything seen is an illusion. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 2:
In reality, you cannot gain or lose weight or lose. You cannot make more or less of anything, as reality is non-dimensional.

What is real, namely that which is one, has no outside, since there is nothing that is not real. Consequently it is not possible to leave it. Yet it is possible to fantasize about a world, where there seems to be more than one.

What is non-dimensional cannot be defined, because without dimensions there is no differentiation possible. Besides reality is that which is one, and as it takes more than one to define something, there is nothing definable. Yet is possible to believe, that there is a world to be defined by time and space.

To know or to be conscious of something is to not be real
Everybody in a world, where there seems to be more than one, wants to hide the unreality of such a world and that its main purpose is to hide that which is real, so that you can appear to be and have more than that which is one. This nobody wants to be aware of, as that would be the end of the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

In other words, the undoing of the belief that it is possible to be and have more that which is one is the end of what you appear to be, because in reality is formless, so it is not possible to appear as neither someone spiritual or mundane.

What is unreal is unexplainable and so is what is real, because it takes more than one to explain something, and there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless.

It is not possible for someone definable to see the indefinable reality of that which is one. It cannot be seen, as it takes more than one to see something. The same applies to know and being aware or conscious of something.

Consequently, reality does not know about a world where there seems to be more than one. It does not even know how peaceful oneness is or that there is no more than that which is one. But appearing to be in a world, where there seems to be more than one, you can know, it is not peaceful appearing to be and have more that which is one.

The world can be compared to a dream, where things seems to happen without a cause. That is until you analyze it in order to find a meaning. But if you do not believe this analyze, nothing in the dream had a cause, and as there is no effect without a cause and vice versa, nothing in the dream exist. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

In a world defined by time and space things happens without no cause – just like in a dream That is until you analyse the dream and believe the results reveals order, meaning and coherence. If you do not believe the results of the analysis, however, nothing in the dream have a cause, and as there is no effect without a cause, the dream just like a world defined by time and space is an illusion. PART 3:
A world defined by time and space is all about getting more space and more time. But in the formlessness of oneness, you cannot get more of anything, because formlessness is endless, so there is no more than that which is one. Hence getting more in a world defined by time and space is an illusion.

It takes more than one to define something, and as reality is that which is one, to define something is only possible if you imagine to be in a world where there seems to be more than one.

But when you share the belief of being someone there with others, it seems to be real and to make the formlessness of that which is one unreal. For this to work size is a very important concept. The bigger something seems to be and the more of it there appears to be, the more you can forget that there is no more than formlessness of that which is one.

You do not have to undo the world defined by time and space to experience the formlessness of oneness. First of all, it does not exist, since formlessness is endless. Hence all there is to undo is the belief that you are someone living in a capsule of time and space. Secondly, it is not possible to experience something, since oneness is endless and it takes more than one to experience something.

There is no room for anything definable – including angels and whatnot – in the formlessness of that which is one. This does not mean that there is nothing there. On the contrary. Since formlessness is endless it is everything. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

And the more you are able to slow your perception of yourself as someone definitive via meditation or other relaxation techniques, the more the formlessness of oneness is fenced off, as contrary to the common belief oneness is not stillness but incredible speed. Everything moves so fast, that there is no time but one perpetual present. And as no differentiation is possible due the speed there is no room for someone definitive to experience it.

You cannot stop a world defined by time and space, as it takes more than one to do anything and reality is that which is one. So whatever you do to stop it will enhance the experience of it.

A world defined by time and space cannot hide the formlessness of that which is one, since there is nothing outside of it as formlessness is endless. So if that which is one seems to be hidden, it is because you believe there is more oneness.

Fortunately doing is not the root of the problem, but the belief that anything at all has an effect. If that belief is undone, there is no effect and hence no cause. Thus no world defined by time and space but the formlessness of oneness, which causes nothing, as it takes more than one to caused an effect – and for the same reason is caused by nothing.

Be happy you are nothing, because reality has no room for something

A person is an imagination constructed by nothing in a way so that it appear as if it is something, when imagining something else can see it.

A person is an imagination constructed out of nothing in a way so that it appears as if it is something by imagining it interacts with something else.

All the ideas, that seems so progressive, like taken responsibility for yourself and accepting yourself as you are, are nothing but the special self doing its usual thing disguised by pretty words. It wants you to believe that it is able to think, feel and take decisions by itself, so you take responsibility for actions and/or accept thoughts, feelings and decisions as if they are yours. Hence the thoughts, feelings, decisions and actions you have accepted or taken responsibility for seem to prove, you are more special than others in a world where there seems to be more than one.

For those who do not like the idea of this narcissistic self, it introduces the idea that it can be transformed into a higher self. It does not matter, that it has no way of proving this and that nobody ever ha transcended into a higher self, because most following such ideas probably had a hard time adjusting to a world where there seems to be more than one, so they are willing to believe anything that promises to make themselves and/or the world better.

The problem though is, that the self does not exist. Nor does anything else because the reality is that which is one and it takes more than one to exist – or to be conscious of anything. In other words, all that someone experiences or are conscious of is an illusion – also if it is judged to be divine or spiritual – and so is the one believing to experience or be conscious about something.

Believing to be someone at all can be compared to a machine believing to exist as someone definitive. There is no ´I´, self or soul in a machine. It is all mechanics, and even though the machine may have been built with AI (artificial intelligence), it cannot think itself. All thoughts are preprogrammed possibilities. Nobody is thinking them and nobody is seeing, what the machine seems to see.

If what you believe to be has been programmed with a visual mind, there may be an Aha! moment seeing the below illustrations, that demonstrate how a machine with AI ´sees´ the world. It simply registers data or frequencies, that are perceived according to how it is programmed/conditioned.

The machine has been programmed to perceive this point of frequencies as if it is cute, and so it searches its database for an image that illustrates this.

The machine translate this point of frequencies as eyes and conclude it is seeing the image, that it fabricated based on the info from its database.

Based on past decisions the machine chooses to see this as a dog.

It is also seeing a female, but it still needs to search its database to know, if it is the female or the dog that is cute so that it can fabricate the appropriate feeling.

In the context of realisation and acceptance, all what can be realised and accepted is that what you believe to be does not exist. This realisation or acceptance does not mean, you understand the illusion of being someone definitive. If it could be understood, it would not be an illusion. So it means you understand nothing. There is no knowledge of what and where you are. Hence there is no ´I´. There is nothing, and so there is room for everything.

Duality is a simulated reality on top of non-duality

The real world that is one and non-dual cannot be seen in a world of duality, as this simulated world layered on top on non-duality appears to hide it. An illusion though cannot hide anything. It is therefore rather the belief that you are someone definitive in a world of duality, that appears to suppress, there is no more than the formlessness of non-duality.

While you believe to be in a world of duality no matter what you experience there – whether it seems to be so-called spiritual or mundane, to come from the heart and whatnot – is make-believe. The light of the sun is no more real than that from a bulb, and a so-called live flower is just as artificial as a plastic flower.

Eyes do not see. It is the brain, that fabricate the images, you seem to ´see´. Actually, the brain can produce perfect images of what seems to be a realistic world even with your eyes closed. The brain deceives you – but only because you want to be deceived.

Whether love is perceived to be pure or not, it is not real – neither is loss, abundance, ego, mind, soul, consciousness, truth, god, angels, spiritual beings or astral planes. Nothing but non-duality is real, because it is endless and therefore everything. Besides, non-duality is oneness, so it is not possible to have a mind, be conscious and whatnot, as it requires more than one to be or have something.

Wavelengths of light can be compared to the binary data, that are accumulating the simulation, of the webpage, you assume to see on your screen right now with words, that seem to form a meaning, and images with colours, that appear to reflect a world in the way believe it to be. But binary data or wavelengths do not have the form, colours or depth of field, that you seem to experience on this page. The same applies to this image simulating them. And they do not know, they are twisted in such a way, so that you think, you see a dimensional world with lots of different appearances.

It is a scientific fact that you do not see any colour or form in the world, but just the wavelength of light hitting the retina of the eye. Colour and form is assigned by the brain to the wavelengths of light, so they seem to show coherent images of a world in the way you have conditioned yourself to perceive it – regardless that all wavelengths of light are colourless as well as formless, and that the motion of the image you seem to see has been extrapolated, so that the time delay in processing it will not interfere with the thoughts or actions, you perceive to happen now.

According to science it is also a fact that everything seen as solid and opaque consist of empty space. In other words, the world of solid forms, that you seem to feel and see, is make-believe. See the article Where to find the bliss of ´the empty breath´.

Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings uses several different words for that which is real, namely non-duality, the formlessness of that which is one/you/life, oneness, one perpetual present, eternal now or spirit.

Those words or phrases, however, should only be taken as symbols for that which is real or pointers towards it, even though it is not possible to point to the formlessness of oneness, as it requires more than one to point at something. Furthermore, there is nothing outside of the formlessness of oneness, as formlessness is endless, so pointing at it is an illusion.

There is nothing real, because that would imply, there is something not real – and there is nothing but that which is real.

You are not seeing,what you seem to see.It is an illusion.

You do not see what you seem to look at. It is a virtual reality constructed by thoughts, that also is unreal – everything definable is an illusion.

To know is to be in duality
In a simulated reality, all words are of course equally illusionary, so to speak as if there is ultimate reality is also an illusion. If only non-duality is real, as noted above, then everything that seems to appear in a world of duality is an illusion including this article.

But even within the context of the world of duality, this page, that you seem to see on an electronic media, is considered to be an illusion. An app has fabricated a layer from the programming code underneath the page to simulate this page, that most humans otherwise would not be able to read.

The whole internet that you may experience as an exciting world is a world layered on top of programming languages like HTML and JAVA. If not transformed by your web browser, you would not be able to perceive this layer on top of the code, that right now appears to be an article about simulated reality.

This is a screen dump of the source code behind the first part of th article you seem to read now. In the source code you cannot see the header, neither the colours there appear to be around the page, nor the photos or anything else you experience to be there. The code, which is nothing but letters and numbers added together sometime in the past, commands your browser to fabricate this page, when you hit the right buttons, so that you experience it without noticing it is just an artificial layer fabricated on top of code.

All your thoughts can be compared to code, that are added together in such a way, that the brain is able to produce images from them of a tangible world, so that you experience it as if you are someone there. The images are layered on top of that which is real by the one making the code, who is also code.

Nobody though has made the code, as non-duality is the formlessness of oneness and as it takes more than one to make code. In other words, this explanation, like the rest of duality, is an illusion, because what is formless is endless, so there is nothing outside of it. That is why this paragraph does not start by saying ´all thoughts are code´ but ´all thoughts can be compared to code´.

There is no explanation to the existence of an illusion, because it does not exist. Yet, in the hack that this article is a part of, namely hack 2.3 Life is flat, and hack #2.5 Size does not matter, you can find more detailed explanations of how a layer of duality is fabricated on top of non-duality by using imagined fragments of non-duality added together in such a way that they appear as if they are dimensional and dual instead of non dimensional and non-dual.

There are also similar explanations about this in hack # 3.5 Non-duality is non-fabrication. Just remember that any explanation is a fabrication and nothing fabricated is real, as it requires more than one to fabricate something. Hence the only purpose of the explanations in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings is to remind you, that only that which is not fabricated is real.

The digital photos, for example, that you think you see are layers on top of digital info that no human would perceive as an image of the world. A raw data converter has fabricated a layer on top of the raw digital info in such a way that it triggers memories of the world as you remember it. In the case of the internet, this layer is called a JPEG or PNG file.

The same applies to the text you perceive to see on your screen, it is a layer built on top of nothing but zeros and ones in different combinations. Alexius is not that technically minded so he cannot say, he understands how it works. Neither how the world of duality seems to work as a layer on top of non-duality.

Actually, metaphorically speaking, you are closer to that which is real, namely non-duality, if you do not understand how duality works because it does not work. How can it work when there is nothing but non-duality? It cannot! It is an illusion – and thus not understandable.

To know something is to limit yourself as someone definitive within your knowledge. Not knowing something there are no constraints.

To not know is to not be dual 
Liberation is to not know what, when and where you are, because how can you know that, when that which is you and the formlessness of non-duality cannot differ from each other, as what is formless is endless, so there is no more than that.

The foolish one cannot separate good and bad or right from wrong. All is symbols of that which is life, and therefore all have the same cause – including you and him. So when he can see all is symbols of that which is life so can you, because life is that which you are a symbol of in the world.

The foolish one cannot separate good and bad or right from wrong. Everything definable is perceived as symbols of non-duality, and therefore – despite their apparent difference – the same. This included you and Alexius, of course. When he can see it, so can you, because you are both a symbol of the very same.

You do not need the help from Alexius or anybody else to not know what and where you are. Nor is your own help required, because you do not know what and where you are. You may act like you do so that it seems you are amongst the wise ones, who know the truth.

But as that which is you is no different from non-duality, and as it takes more than one to know something and non-duality is that which is one, knowledge is nothing but fiction made up to cover, that you do not know what and where you are and feel foolish that this is so.

A world of duality consists of contrast – some of the main ones being good versus bad and right versus wrong – so if you do not know right from wrong the belief in being someone definitive in a world of duality cannot survive.

To stop hiding you are a foolish and just like Alexius do not know, what and where you are, what truth is, or how to separate good from bad, it may be helpful to read Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, where you are not instructed to follow specific steps in order to improve yourself and/or the world but to foolishly forget what and where you believe to be.

Be aware though that being foolish like that is only for those, who have no obligations in a world of duality – children, for instance. No worries! If you have responsibilities you devote yourself to them by being fully involved in whatever is called for – and so you are on the same track as the foolish one, who knows not much about form but about content, which is that the illusion of form can only be experienced, because of that which is formless, as it is endless and therefore everything.

Where is the key to that which is you? It is not in the body, neither the personality. You say my body, my personality, my mind, my soul, my god. You are the key!

You do not need a teacher to find the key to that which is you. You have the key. Metaphorically speaking it is in your pocket and you will automatically look there, when you want to go home to that which is you. It may be helpful though to read this blog, so you do not follow the naive beliefs of the world of love and whatnot but know where to not look for the key.

No one can teach you to be that which is you
It is not possible to learn to be that which is you because there is no difference between that which is you and that which is one and it takes more than one to learn or be anything. If you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, you have forgotten, there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one. No problem. This forgetfulness can be compared to not remember that your key is in the pocket. It changes nothing. Your home is just the same, and you need no teacher to tell you where the key is. When you want to go home, you automatically check your pockets.

You have the key. In fact you are the key, but if you think you are a person in the world, you will look for it, where it is not, as it is not in the world but in the one imagining it. The imagination includes astral planes and anything conceivable.

You have the key to that which is you. Actually, you are the key. Believing to be a person in the world, however, you will look for it, where it is not, as it is not in a world of duality but in that which makes it possible to imagine such a world.

To not confuse part of duality with non-duality, it may be helpful to read Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, so you do not look for the key, where it is not. Nothing in a world of duality, though – including ego and whatnot – is a hindrance for finding the key to that which is you, when your appearance there is perceived as if it is

Implementing one of these ways of perceiving a world of duality, you become inclusive, and as duality is not inclusive, the separation that it is based on is slowly but surely excluded from your perception in the sense that the apparent differences in a world of duality no longer seems to make a difference. So although you appear to be there, you are not.

But if the purpose of implementing the duality hacks is to have something, peace for example, it will not last, because nowhere else than in a world of duality does it seem possible to get something, and everything in such a world has an end. Neither will anything last if the purpose of implementing the duality hacks is to return to non-duality, because there is nothing there but that which is one, and it takes more than one to have something at all.

What is unreal is right in front of you

A world of duality can be compared to this box in the Augmented Hand Series. When you stick your hand into it an app changes it on the screen, and the brain fools you into feeling it is happening to you.

Even though a fairy tale is built with elements from the physical world, it cannot be found in the tale, which is a simulated world, fabricated by a writer. The characters have no free will. They can never leave the story and be part of the physical world because they are not physical but symbols of it.

A world of duality can be compared to a fairy tale. Nothing in it is real and can never be, and no one can ever leave or transcend it. The Augmented Hand Series called Flong by Golan Levin and Collaborators can be used to illustrate this through its interactive art.

When you stick your hand in a little box – see the above animation – you experience the hand on the screen changing its amount of fingers and moving them in its own right without you doing anything or having any influence over what happens. No one has. What the hand does is nothing but preprogrammed mechanical movements controlled by an app.

The little box and the screen create a disconnect between what the eye sees, the body feels and the brain processes. Some look into the box to see if it is really happening to their hand. It feels like it is. That is what the brain is telling them to believe based the info it received through the eyes, even though the hand on the screen is not part of them.

The human brain can be compared to the app, that is made to simulate your hand on the screen in ´the Augmented Hand Series´ illustrated in this article, as in a world of duality all experiences are simulations processed by the brain – also experiences like coming from the heart or living in the now. It is just a trick – and so is meditation.

It is impossible, but yet you feel it is happening.

These movements are not possible. Yet you feel like they are happening.

The world of duality is not really happening. It is a simulated world and you are not in it. Yet it feels so because you metaphorically speaking have put yourself in a little box, where an app called the brain twist that which is you into a world of duality. And as it is not real, it needs not to be stopped. Actually, it cannot be stopped. If it could, it would be real. But you can stop perceiving the apparent differences in a world of duality to make a difference because without differences there is no separation and hence no time and space to hide the formlessness of non-duality.

While you feel, you are in a world of duality nothing needs to be done, improved or transcended. It is all make-believe – including living in the now, love, astral planes and other concepts like that – and when you know that, you know you are not there. In other words, you are in the world but not of it.

The impossible can be fun, when you know it is not real.

The impossible is fun when you know it is not real. In a simulation, you can play out your fantasies and achieve the impossible without any risk because you are not there.

One way of undoing the belief in a world of duality is to pretend to be someone in a world of duality instead of believing to be there (hack #1). Another way is – in the context of the disassociated hand metaphor and hack #2 that this article is a part of – to see the disassociated hand as a symbol of the real hand.

A shortcut to undoing the belief in a world of duality, so that nothing hides the non-duality of that which is you is to not know what and where you are, contrary to knowing yourself as that requires more than one, and that which is you is one.

The duality hacks are not accompanied by soft music with sounds from whales, pictures of rosy lotus flowers, promises of a better world, fantasies of love and togetherness, higher states of consciousness or other attributes from a simulated reality.

Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings have nothing to promise but that which is you will never change, neither will it end. That being said, as long as you seem to appear in a world of duality, you can play with any of beginning, change and end.

If you like love, by all means, go for it. In the case as Alexius he likes to pretend, that he loves his cats, and miss them when he does not perceive them to be there, even though nothing can leave that which is one, as it is formless and therefore endless Whatever you pretend is not a problem in regards to that which is, because what you pretend, you are not.

You can also choose to see love as symbols of that which is you so that which is you does not seem to be altered, while you play with a simulated reality of that which is you.

This is just another way to say, that you can never go wrong if you choose one of the above duality hacks. But it is not to say, that they are the only ones. Ultimately it does not matter, what you choose, because that which is you is one, so no choice is possible.

It is only in the world of duality, that there appears to be movements, and that there can be more of it. In reality no movements can appear, because everything move so fast that it is one perpetual present as you can see illustrated in these pics of a fan.

APPENDIX:
There is no more to be or have in that which is real because reality is the formlessness of that which is one and formlessness is endless. This does not mean, that there is no more than one in oneness, but that no more than one can be seen, as it takes more than one to see something. You could also say that due to the extreme speed of that which is one, there is no time and space, and without that nothing to differ one from another, so everything is one perpetual present.

Think of the movie Lucy, where Luc Besson via Scarlett Johansson demonstrates, that if you speed up time infinitely, any object in motion disappears – or in the context of this article becomes one. The world of duality is a reverse example of that. You could say the world of duality is a slowed down movie of non-duality.

As it is not possible to fabricate something that is formless, the formlessness of non-duality is not an illusion – and as that which is formless cannot be seen, everything that can be seen is not real. What is not real though symbolises that which is real, namely the formlessness of non-duality.

In hack #2.3 Life is flat you can read about the flatness of non-duality, and how a world of duality is a simulated reality layered on top of non-duality. The layer is fabricated by imagining, that it is possible to be outside of non-duality, and in such separated state use fragments of it added together, so that they appear to form a dimensional world, where there seems to be more than one moving around in space and time.

The more fragments there are added, the more the world of duality mistakenly appears to be the one and only reality. This includes the appearance of god and other so-called spiritual beings. The first separation from non-duality is actually done by what is perceived to be an almighty god, which immediately multiplies the fragmented into a simulated layer of reality called the universe.

This is not meant to say, it is bad to believe in god. You cannot appear in a world of duality without believing in something, and whether it is god, satan, love or another concept, you believe in is all the same. Actually, whatever you totally devote yourself to will dissolve any layer of illusion.

But that code is also a layer. It sits on top of the basic computer code. Nothing, that seems to appear via the computer, is real.

To make long short: What you seem to see in a world of duality is always a layered illusion on top of another layer of illusion. It is, however, a misunderstanding to peel off layers to get to that which is not an illusion. Dealing with layers – whether you experience them to be made by thoughts, feelings and whatnot –confirms them to be real, though only that which cannot be experienced is real.

INTERLUDE:
Not just ultimately speaking but also physically, you do not see colours or any forms, but the wavelength of light hitting the retina of the eye. PART 2:
Let us say you have invited a friend for dinner tomorrow and plan to serve ravioli with pesto sauce. The same moment you are imagining this, the same moment it is served. The more concrete and material image of it, that arrives tomorrow in a slightly different version is an afterimage of the more transparent version, you had in your mind.

Not all that you imagine arrives as an after image. The engine of the world is to be compared to a beta version of an app, so not everything works as it is supposed to.

Time and space in the world of a game like Super Mario is construction, and everything that can possibly happen there is pre-programmed. Events may seem to progress in time, but they are all stored together on a tiny spot without any time and space in between them. In other words, small and big is an illusion, so is past and future and the vastness of the world is simply an illusion made by the play of light on the screen.

Maybe without knowing it, the makers of games like that are replicating how the world – included bonus ones like astral worlds – is fabricated, namely in the exact same way as a video game.

The new technology called AR – augmented reality – can also be used to demonstrate this. You put on some glasses, that changes what you see in front of you according to how they are programmed so that you appear to participate in a virtual world fabricated on top of – and from elements of – the physical world.

Everything in the virtual world appears to be as real as in the physical world – just like chatting on social media exactly like chatting in the physical world makes you feel something, although social media is virtual.

AR glasses can also be programmed to give you a special appearance, so that other persons with the same kinds of glasses will see you with the programmed appearance of your choice.

The world. that you think you see, can be compared to what you see wearing glasses, that are programmed to make a world where there seems to be more than one appear on top of that which is one.

It seems, that only one who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one grasps, that what normally is perceived to be the world is just an artificial reality layered on top of that which is real. It is like everybody is wearing glasses programmed to see a world where there seems to be more than one, although there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one since formlessness is endless.

¡¡¡ Reality is right in front of you. All you have to do is to take off the glasses, that appears to make a world that can be seen on top of that which cannot be seen, namely that which is one !!!

Excitement requires more than one, whereas peace is that which is one

In reality, it is not possible to be excited about anything, as that requires more than one and there is no more than that which is one. Hence there is nowhere to go and no one to meet, so if you want the excitement, you must extend that which is one, which is not possible, as it is formless and therefore everything Yet it seems possible to imagine it.

hiWhen you imagine extending one, it appears, as if you can choose to be and have more than one. However, the experience of a world, where there seem to be more than one, is only possible due to that which is one, as there is no more than that. In other words, appearing to be and have more is fantasy, that never can become real.

wheeThe extension of one in two directions is one-dimensional, but as more always wants more, you imagine an extension of neighbouring spaces so it seems to become two-dimensional.

neatTwo dimensions are not good enough. You want more choices, so you extend the two-dimensional extension with neighbouring extensions and call it a world.

4DAs this imagined world is based on the idea, that the reality of that which is one is missing something, the sense of lack runs through all experiences in a world where there seems to be more than one. So you start to think, there must be something better or larger outside of it, and so you start looking for new dimensions.

Transcendental meditation, drugs and virtual computer worlds made with the help of AI (artificial intelligence) are means to simulate a better world within the simulation of a world where there seems to be more than one.

endYou realise, that no matter how much more you become or have it never last. The fear of the end never seems to leave you, and so you conclude, you must have taken a wrong choice.

returnYou have the dream of a world where there seems to be more than one slowly but surely undone by not caring about its appearances, but about that which makes it possible to experience them as if they are unique and individual beings, namely what the world is imagined to be extended from – that which is one – so for each and every appearance that is perceived as a symbol of that, there is less that seems to separate you from the reality of oneness.

peaceIt is not possible to be exited or bored with something, because that requires more than one – and there is no more than one. That is why it is so peaceful.
