Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment

There is no life in the world. It is to be compared to a dream, which, no matter how beautiful it may appear, is an illusion.

Although the formlessness of that which is one is the power making it possible to simulate a world where there seems to be more than one, it is not feasible for it to be in the simulation – just like it is not possible for the street simulated in this image to be in the picture, or for a dreamer to be in a dream.

When the formlessness of life is perceived as the sole cause of any experience – whether so-called spiritual or mundane – you never play somebody else´s game. Even if it may seem so, they are not the reason for what you appear to do and say. Neither is the person you seem to be.

There is only one reason for your apparent thoughts, feelings, conversations and actions, namely the formlessness of life. In other words, it is not someone definitive who thinks, feels, says or does something.

As life is formless and thus without beginning and end, everything definable is lifeless. Yet everything without life symbolises it, because there is no more than the formlessness of life.

This does not mean that it is the formlessness of life that thinks, feels, says or does something. But that it is the energy that makes it possible to experience as if someone is doing this, although there is no more than the formlessness of life since formlessness has no beginning or end.

Neither does it mean that you have found the formlessness of life in a world defined by time and space, but that everything there is perceived to be a symbol of it. As both the experiencer and the experienced therefore are symbols of that which makes it possible to perceive a world where the formlessness of life seems to be divided into more than one, the apparent differences in such a world do not make a difference.

Read more about differences not making a difference hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is completeness.

The echo of that which is one, which often is symbolised by the words Aum, Sohang or The Word of God and which comes from the edge of the universe can be heard or felt right now via the inner senses, because they are not limited by time and space.

The echo of that which is one, which is often symbolised by the words Aum, Sohang or The Word of God and which comes from the edge of the universe, can be heard or felt and heard via the inward-facing senses because they are not limited by time and space.

Hearing or feeling the echo of life
Appearing in a world defined by time and space as a symbol of the formlessness of life, you do not pump up the volume of music to hear or feel it, but to be reminded that it is the formlessness of life that makes it possible to have the experience of hearing and feeling something.

The echo of oneness does not reveal what that which is one is, but what it is not, namely the nothingness in which you believe to be someone definitive in a tangible world.

This is not to say that the formlessness of life can be heard and/or felt in a world defined by time and space. It is not possible to hear or feel formlessness. But it is possible to listen to the echo of it coming from the edge of the universe. This unpronounceable vibration, which often is symbolised by Aum, Sohang or The Word of God, is heard or felt when you are more attentive to the world of the inward-facing senses than that of the outer ones.

The Hebrew word Elohim was originally a symbol for one perpetual present.

The word god, which is a translation of the Hebrew word Elohim, was at first meant to be a metaphor for that which is one and never ends. Hence the word god was originally meant to symbolise one perpetual present. As this is not understandable, when you believe to be someone in a world of linear time, the meaning of the word gradually was changed, so that god became a symbol for one almighty force believed to have created the world defined by time and space in its own image.

But what is not definable cannot create something definable. Hence a world defined by time and space is an illusion and so is the perceived creator of such a world.

Since none of the aspects of the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be experienced, hearing or feeling the unpronounceable vibration coming from the edge of the universe is not the enlightenment of that which is one but a glimpse of it. Neither is seeing or tasting the enlightenment of that which is one, since it is an experience and therefore just as illusionary as any other experience (see All experiences are equally unreal).

But as these illusionary glimpses of enlightenment are not of the world experienced by the outward-facing senses but by the inward-facing senses, experiencing them from there while still being aware of the world of the outer senses, they can undo the deception of the outer senses – not abruptly like the enlightenment of that which is one, but little by little. Click here if you want to read more about the distinction between the enlightenment of that which is one and glimpses of it.

In the world of the outward-facing senses you must always plan for the future in order to uphold the illusion of linear time.

The more the outward-facing senses that perceive a world defined by time and space is turned inwards, the more a world not limited by time and space is experienced by the inward-facing senses. This is why it takes no time to go to the edge of the universe (you can read more about the illusion of time by clicking here) – where the echo of the primordial vibration that Aum, Sohang, or The Word of God symbolises is used to create a fantasy of a world constructed by time and space in such a way that it seems to be genuine until you hear or feel this echo.

This is the Hindi symbol of ´sohang´ – grabbed from the web

The Hindi symbol of Sohang.

»With every exhalation the soul recites ‘Hang’ and with every inhalation it recites ‘So’. Thus every soul counts the mantra of Sohang (So plus Hang) twenty-one thousand and six-hundred times every day and night.« Gherand Samhita, stanza 84.

In Eastern religions the echo of god or rather one perpetual present is symbolised by the word ´Aum´ or ´Sohang´ and in the New Testament by ´The Word of God´: »In the origin The Word had been existing and That Word had been existing with God and That Word was himself God.« John 1:1, Aramaic Bible in Plain English.

One who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one perceives ´The Word´ in the above quote as a metaphor for the unpronounceable vibration you hear or feel when not being totally focused on experiencing the world of the outward-facing senses. The unenlightened, however, speculates about what exact words this is hinting at, even though there is not a single verse in the Bible referring to ´The Word of God´, as if it is written or can be spoken.

The vibration that AUM or Sohang symbolizes comes from the edge of the universe, which is only far away if you let yourself be deceived by a world defined by linear time as experienced through the outer senses.

Glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one is an echo of the formlessness of oneness coming out of a black hole at the edge of the universe. This includes the vibration often symbolised by the words Aum, Sohang or The Word of God. It is as close to you as anything else experienced in the world of the outward-facing senses, as the world of the inward-facing senses is not ruled by time and space. Thus you can go directly to the edge of the universe and hear or feel the formlessness of that which is one coming out of a black hole. It is also there that you see or taste it.

One way to turn the outward-facing senses inwards to hear or feel the echo of oneness is to not be exclusive but inclusive. When you include all that you hear or feel completely unedited – or rather are willing to do so – the sum of everything in the world of the outward-facing senses is heard as a humming coming from the edge of the universe. It sounds or feels like nothing and everything at the same time.

In such a perfect moment, you appear to be both in the world of the outer and inward-facing senses at the same time but without any sense of separation between them. A perfect moment though is not a moment where you are filled up with new energy or anything else since you are indifferent to the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one. Being that, however, you feel relieved.

You can also use the word Aum or Sohang as a launching pad for hearing or feeling the humming coming from the edge of the universe. Read the article Life has no secrets to learn how to do this without spending years of meditating, chanting and whatnot.

If you want to read especially about the inward-facing senses, check the previous article A reintroduction of enlightenment, inward and outward-facing senses, or the next one The ins and outs of the inward-facing senses, or the older ones Beyond the senses – or the outward senses versus the inner ones and The inward-facing senses, enlightenment of that which is one and glimpses of it.

And if you want to read about inclusiveness versus exclusiveness, check hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is completeness.

Be aware that the ways described in this article to have glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one will not work, if you look forward to be or have more in a spiritual, mental, emotional or materialistic way. This does not mean, you must avoid being or having more but not care about how much.

When your eyes become single, there is no separation to hide the enlightenment of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When your eyes become single, there is no separation to hide the enlightenment of that which is one.

The third eye
Appearing in the world as a symbol of life, you do not close your eyes to go to sleep, but to see glimpses of the formlessness of life, which is done via the inner sense called the third eye, that is a single ´eye´ in the middle of the two eyes above the two eyebrows.

»The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.« Matt 6:22, King James Bible. This makes much sense to one who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one but obviously not to the unenlightened, because in the new international version of the New Testament this sentence has been changed to: »The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are healthy, your whole body will be full of light.«

How this makes sense to the unenlightened, Alexius does not know. Yet he knows it makes no sense to one who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

When you for whatever reason – maybe due to being very desperate, drunk or tired – have no energy to focus, the enlightenment of that which is one is bid welcome. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The enlightenment of that which is one is bid welcome by completely closing down the outward-facing senses. First time this happened for Alexius was when he in his early 20s returned home totally exhausted after a long nights work of taxi driving and simply was too tired to focus.

In other words, to be offbeat, exhausted, confused or maybe even drunk is a way to close the outward-facing senses, so that there is no world to see and therefore nothing to hide the enlightenment of that which is one. In fact anything that is not part of a scheme to fabricate images defined by time and space will do.

If that includes drugs Alexius does not know, because he has not experienced them. Yet he can say that from looking at others taking drugs, that it seems to be more about expanding the consciousness of a world where there seems to be more than one than undoing it.

»Direct your eyes toward the middle of the eyebrows and meditate upon your own self. It is Shambhavi Mudra, the most secret practice of all the Tantra scriptures.« Gherand Samhita, stanza 59.

The positioning of the body, while activating the third eye, does not matter.

The positioning of the body, while activating the third eye, does not matter, as long as the body does not bother you.

Practically speaking you can close the visual outer sense and open the inner eye by closing the eyes and lightly, without any concentration, hold a finger on the third eye. It is best to do this in a dark room, so you do not think the revelation of light comes from the world of the outward-facing senses.

If something like this is dechiffered into different colors and forms, you will have glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, but if you do not judge any colors or forms to be different from each other the apparent differences will explode into one bright light.

If having an inner vision like this and it is deciphered into an experience of different colours and shapes around a centre, it is a glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one. If you on the other hand do not judge the apparent different colours and forms to make a difference or to come from somewhere specific, one bright and colourless light, that seems to explode from out of nowhere wipes out all thoughts collected to form you into someone definitive, so that there is nothing to hide that there never was and never will be anything else than the formlessness of oneness, because formlessness has no end.

As the sense of sight is always looks for the greatest contrast of light, your closed eyes automatically search around in the darkness until they move inwards and upwards towards the third eye from where they settle down at a light show expose at such a speed that the apparent contrast between the splashes of colours hardly can be perceived.

If no contrasts are perceived at all the colours turn into a white light, that is so bright that it is not contrasted by something or illuminating anything. That is the enlightenment of that which is one.

»Touching eyeballs as a feather, lightness between them opens into the heart and there permeates the cosmos.« Sochanda Tantra, stanza 13.

If your eyes do not automatically move inwards and upwards into the area of the inward-facing senses, that is above the eyebrows, you may help them by gently pressing the thumb and middle finger across each eyeball from outer corner to inner, while having the forefinger on the third eye.

But this is not really commendable, since even the slightest effort requires focus, and it is not focus but defocus that bids welcome the enlightenment of that which is one or glimpses of it. Furthermore this may give you the impression that certain physical postures will open the third eye.

None of the inward-facing senses can be reached via a specific posture or way of thinking. Deactivating the outward-facing senses, however, can be achieved in this way, so if you find a specific technique that seems to be helpful in this regard by all means go for it. Yet the fastest way to deactivate the outer senses is to not know what and where you are.

One way to to deactivate the outward-facing senses is to use an eye massager with infrared heat fusion technology, such as Breo iSee4 Eye Massager. Besides from turning off the outer sense of seeing, the heat soften the eyes. And when they are relaxed, they do not focus. Hence they automatatically turn inwards and upwards and merge with the third eye. This massager also does wonders for the body.

»… and there shall be no light there, and they need no candle there, neither the light of the sun, for the Lord God giveth them light.« Rev. 22:5

The thought construction that seems to keep you together as someone tangible is left at the edge of a black hole.

The thought construction that seems to keep you together as someone tangible must be left at the edge of a black hole, so that there is nothing to gracefully fall into the formlessness of oneness.

When your eyes are so soft that they do not focus or you momentarily do not know what and where you are, there is nothing to prevent glimpses of enlightenment to merge into one bright white light, namely the enlightenment of that which is one, which extracts all thoughts, that you have hold onto in order to appear as someone definitive, and leave them at the edge of what may look like a black hole, so that there is nobody to experience the nothingness of you gracefully falling into the formlessness of that which is one.

You can read more about a black hole in the article The ins and outs of a black hole.

Enlightenment is not an out-of-the-body experience as it is not an experience, but its preliminary stage of bliss and compassion, which is connected to the world via the pineal gland, is an experience that is often perceived to be out-of-the-body.

Enlightenment of that which is one is not an out-of-body experience. It is not an experience at al. But its preliminary stages of bliss and compassion, which in the world may to be connected with the pineal gland, is something that can be experienced as an out-of-body experience.

Most, however, are afraid of loosing their identity, so they settle for glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, which is like a blissful out-of-body experience – presumably linked to the pineal gland, that appears to foster states like that.

If you are not tempted to stop at this state of bliss, but to go where someone definitive cannot go, namely into the enlightenment of that which i one, it is not an out-of-body experience. On the contrary, there is no experience at all, neither consciousness, because to experience or be consciousness about something requires more than one.

If you want to return from the enlightenment of that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one, you must pick up the thought construction, that was left at the edge of a black hole before you entered it, in order to be shaped as someone definitive.

Returning from the enlightenment of that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one, you cannot know, you have been at the other side of a black hole, because you were not there and there is no other side, since there is no more than that which is one. In other words, the person you appear to be is not enlightened. Yet, due to your vague memories of that which is one, you are to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

It is not possible though for somebody else to know, that you are to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one. You will hardly grasp it yourself. But you will for sure grasp, that a world where there seems to be more than one is not real, and that anything appearing there – including the appearance of you as someone definitive – therefore is an illusion.

ac1d3bc0-5bae-4dac-921e-8c1c4d9f64e1Ethereal harmonies
Appearing in a world where there seems to be more than one as a symbol of that which is one, you do not perceive music to be a means to joy but as a means to be reminded of the airy music full of ethereal harmonies floating out of a black hole at the edge of the universe.

»I heard a sound from heaven like the sound of cascading waters and like the rumbling of loud thunder. The sound I heard was also like harpists playing on their harps.« Revelation 14:2, Holman Christian Standard Bible.

Being used to take a ride in the inner world of the senses, that opens up when the outward-facing senses are not fully used to experience a world defined by time and space, you sense that the first sentence of this quote refers to ´Aum´, ´Sohang´ or ´The Word of God´, and that the second one to ethereal music.

»At midnight when not a single sound is heard, close your ears with both hands and do Purak Pranayama. Listen to the sounds in your right ear which are very pleasant. The first sound that you will hear is of a pine bird, the second of a flute, third of a cloud, fourth of a dragon bee, the fifth of a ringing bell and then of a gong of metal. Sounds of trumpet, drum etc. are also heard.

As Alexius has no intellectual knowledge of religious scripts most of the words in the quote from Gherand Samhita are meaningless. But since he hears inner music himself, it is easy to pick up the essence of the quote, namely the bliss of listening to inner music.

Besides these, many other sounds are heard if it is practiced daily. These sounds are Anahata (unproduced) and come on their own accord. Nada is related to light. Light is related to mind, so mind gets itself merged in a sound which is the seat of the Lord. Therefore, practice of Bhramari gives Siddhi of Samadhi (i.e., makes Samadhi possible).

Mind gets eightfold more pleasure in the act of meditation than Japa (repeating God’s name), eightfold more interest in Tapas (penance) than the meditation, and eightfold more interest in music or sound than the Tapas. There is nothing greater than music.« Gherand Samhita, stanzas 77-81. Besides for the word ´Nada´ meaning music Alexius does not know the meaning of all the Hindi words in this quote, but hearing inner music himself – though not so bombastic as described in this quote – he gets the overall meaning of it.

Using noise-cancelling headphones is a great way to close the outer sense of hearing. Alexius personally prefer in-ear headphones, though, as they can also be used when going to bed.

A practical way of closing the outer sense of hearing and open the inner one is to put both thumbs in your ears or simply use a noise-cancelling headphone or an in-ear headphone, and then without focusing or trying to define anything, be nothing but the ethereal harmonies coming to you from what may seem to be far away.

For tuning in, it is best not to go with the vibrations appearing to come from the left ear, as they often are the sounds of a busy mind, but instead follow the harmonies that appear to come from an empty space a bit outside of your right ear. That being said, do not pay too much attention to directions.

Maybe you will not hear ethereal harmonies but the humming symbolised by ´Aum´, ´Sohang´ or ´The Word of God´. If so, follow this glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one.

It could also be that the only thing you ´hear´ is your thoughts. Yet you have no thoughts of your own. That is something the special self wants you to believe so that although they are solely made by the brain, you believe you have created them. Just like you tend to believe a dream is made by you, although you do not have any control over it, except for how to perceive it.

As the special self lives from separation, it cannot survive inclusion, so if there is no attempt to edit the thoughts fabricated by the brain by excluding those that do not fit into the perception of being special and instead include them all as they are, there is nothing to make the self special. Therefore, it is in the basic mode, where it automatically is in sync with the thoughts produced by the brain.

Consequently, they do not disturb you from hearing empty space as eternal harmonies – or, if in touch with one of the other inward-facing senses, experiencing it as light, infinite sweetness or sublime intimacy. That being said, just like even though nothing disturbs you from hearing the sound of the ocean, to notice it, you must want to listen to it.

In hack #3.6 Phasing out the personality by not being exclusive specifically and all over hack #3, Being inclusive and not exclusive you can read more about how inclusiveness undoes the belief in separation. And in hack #4.2 The basic self versus the special one you can read about the frustration of perceiving yourself as special versus the happiness of perceiving to be a basic self, which is just one second away from glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one

Tasting the sweetness of life helps you not focus on the world of the outward-facing senses so that glimpses of enlightenment from the world of the inner ones become the foundation for perceiving the world of the outward-facing senses. Since this results in not perceiving the apparent differences to make a difference, there is no differentiation between you and the world you experience. Hence there is no doubt, you are everything that you see. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The taste of life
Appearing in the world as a symbol of oneness you are not tasting the most exquisite food to get delicate experiences from that, but to be reminded about the taste of life, which in the world can be compared to the taste from foam of a milkshake with a few drops of honey added to it or to how marshmallows – especially those with a flavour of strawberries – interact with the palate.

»Your lips drip nectar, my bride, honey and milk are under your tongue.« Song of Solomon 4:11.

»A land flowing with milk and honey« Exodus 3:8

»Whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never be thirsty, but the water that I shall give him shall be in him as a well of water springing up into everlasting life.« John 4:10-4:14.

To compare a taste to something else is a very individual thing, so you may not compare the inner taste to that of liquorice.

To describe a taste by comparing it to another taste is a very individual thing. In other words, you may not compare the taste of life to a taste of milk and honey with a hint of liquorice.

Even though this taste is called the nectar of life in the old scriptures, you should not expect it to make you younger or inject you with more energy in the world of the outward-facing senses. Anyway, you are better off never to expect more of anything, as that which is you is no different from that which is one, and since it is formlessness and therefore endless, there is no more than that which is one. Hence looking for more is an illusion based on the belief that there is more than that which is one.

One way of undoing this belief is to not focus because without it, a world where there seems to be more than one cannot be perceived, and so it does not seem to hide, there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one. Fortunately, the taste of life is very beneficial in regards to defocusing.

Some Chinese Herb Formulations or teas – for example Spring Dragon Longevity Tea – enhance the taste of life, provided you are already are in touch with it. The same applies to the Ayurvedic teas, that Alexius have tasted or most teas including liquorice.

As already mentioned, the taste of life can be compared to enjoying the transparent taste from the foam of a sweet milkshake. Sometimes, however, it is with a hint of either liquorice, strawberry, or mint, so none of the descriptions of it is definitive. In any case, it is best not to compare the taste of life or other glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one to anything else, as all comparisons are based on definitions from the past and therefore cancels out the ever-present glimpses of enlightenment.

The inner sense of taste not only stops the compulsive focusing on forms but also your cravings for sweets and to experience  something definable. The taste of life is always there and it is free. Neither do you have to meditate or be pure to consume it. All you have to do is to put your tongue behind the uvula. And if you cannot do that, it is also OK, because doing so is just meant to help you deactivating the outer senses and the only thing that really accomplish that, is the intention to do it. Just like even you are at a springboard, you will not dive from it, if that is not your intention of going there.

The inner sense of taste does not only stop the compulsive focusing on something definitive but also your cravings for more, for example more sweets. The taste of life is always there. It is free, and you do not have to meditate or be pure to consume it. All you have to do is to put your tongue behind the uvula and devote yourself to the taste dripping from above. If you cannot get your tongue all the way, it is not a problem, because doing so is just meant to help you deactivating the outward-facing senses and the only thing that really accomplish this, is the intention of doing it.

The taste of life unfolds under the tongue, when it is moved behind the uvula (the skin flap hanging down in the back of the mouth at the entrance to the throat). Placing it there makes you feel like you are not in the world even though you appear to be there, because it cutbacks the need to focus and also the longing for more. As a side effect it diminishes the craving for sweets as well. That is if you devote yourself to it – no techniques will work without devotion. Yet devotion can work without a technique.

To get the tongue behind the uvula you may have to press it backwards for a long time, maybe several months, and finally use a finger to push it the rest of the way, which may make you feel as if you are about to vomit. No worries – it is just a feeling. When you are used to keeping your tongue there, it is easy, and there is no sense of vomiting.

»Khechari Mudra is turning the tongue backwards into the cavity of the cranium and turning the eyes inwards toward the eyebrow center.« Haha-Yoga Pradipika, Chapter 3, stanzas 32-37.

You do not have to literally replicate the technique in above quote, where the taste of life is called Khechari Mudra. Neither do you actually need to be able to make the tongue go all the way behind the uvula. Pushing it as far as possible will do.

The way to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one or glimpses of its facets is not about perfection. Neither is it about how you breath, eat or anything else you appear to do in the world of the outward-facing senses. Yet things like that may be helpful in order to deactivate the outward-facing senses.

But no technique in the world of the outward-facing senses can deactivate them, if that is not the intention of executing the technique. In other words, first step is solely about intention, and if that is to deactivate the outward-facing senses, there is nothing to hinder your trip into the world of the inward-facing senses. Second step is to devote yourself to the amazing journey there.

The above about steps only applies to having glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one and not to bidding it welcome in its entirety, as it takes more than one to take any step.

It is probably best to not be active in the world of the outward-facing senses while having visions of light, as the visual glimpses of enlightenment can become so intense that the world of the outward-facing senses hardly is sensed.

When the belief in being in a world where there seems to be more than one is undone, there is nothing to hide that there never was and never will be more than that which is one.

However, the technique for tasting the sweetness of life can be carried out while being active in the world of the outward-facing senses. The same applies to enjoy the ethereal harmonies if you hear them without putting your thumbs in the ears and also hearing or feeling the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises.

This may result in the experience of a world that seems less defined. Not to the extent, though, that you are not able to navigate there. But it probably feels like you do not have to and that you are carried around in a dream with no will of its own.

That is, as long as you do not take the full tour of these glimpses because it ends in the formlessness of oneness, where you no longer appear to be someone in a dream of a world where there seems to be more than one, neither do you appear to be in oneness since that requires more than one.

In other words, you are not someone at all, and there is no memory or consciousness of you ever having been that because it was all make-believe, and the belief is wiped out.

The part of the world of the outer senses you want to experience is not meant to be blurry but in focus, so what you see is definable. It is the other way around with the world of the inner senses,. In other words, the two worlds does in most cases not work well together. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The part of the world of the outward-facing senses that you want to experience is not supposed to be blurry but in focus so that the experience becomes definable. It is the other way around in the world of the inward-facing senses. Hence mixing the two worlds do not work out.

Focus versus defocus
The world of the outward-facing senses needs you constantly concentrate and focus on it as if you are an autonomous creature in control of your own life. In the world of the inward-facing senses, it is the other way around. It reveals itself when there is no effort to focus, concentrate and control.

But since it is also an act of control to continually trying not to focus to see, hear, feel or taste the glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, so besides from getting a headache spreading out from the third eye from too much focus, the inward-facing senses are fenced off.

As long as you intend to appear in a world where there seems to be more than one, it is best to multitask between the inner and outward-facing senses, so you can focus when needed in the world of the outward-facing senses and space out in the world of the inner ones when nothing is required of you.

How to make this work between the inner and outer sense Alexius does not know because, through his connection with the empty breath, which functions as an automatic gear shifting between the inner and outward-facing senses, it is automatically taking care of. See the last part of the article about the empty breath.

The belief that there are more than one blocks out that which is one
In a world where there seems to be more than one, the mixing of things may turn out to work well for you. But not in the world of oneness. As it requires more than one, it is not possible to mix anything, so the idea of combining the different facets of the enlightenment of that which is one fence it off.

That being said, if you do not do the taste of life technique for the sake of the taste but for its benefits regarding defocusing, you can do this while being devoted to either seeing, hearing or feeling glimpses of enlightenment.

Seeing everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one, will make the outer senses turn inwards, so it is easier to grasp, there is no more than that which is one.

Seeing everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one will make the outward-facing senses turn inwards, so it is easier to grasp that there is no more than that which is one.

Ways to undo the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one
Can the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one only be undone via the inward-facing senses? No, it can also be undone via the world of the outer ones as described in hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation, hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life, hack #3 Not being exclusive but inclusive is freedom from being someone definitive, hack #4.4 The duality flow goes to non-duality and hack #5.3 ´The empty breath´ and the bliss of not believing to be someone.

There might be other hacks other than Alexius´ Duality Hacks that undo this belief. But as Alexius has not tried them, he cannot say if they work. Yet, the hacks based on second-hand knowledge from Buddhism and whatnot are most likely fake – especially if those promoting the hacks have beautiful visions about a hypothetical better future full of love, bliss and happiness because there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

In other words, to be blissful, happy or full of love is an illusion, as it requires more than one to be anything at all.

The connection with the empty breath does not unite the outer and the inward-facing senses. Still, it makes them synchronised, which among other things, means that what you used to judge as stressful in the low-frequency world of the outward-facing senses will not seem stressful when synched with the high-frequency world of the inward-facing senses, because of the indifference coming from the empty breath.

Connecting with the empty breath is like going into a driverless car programmed to return to that which is one
The empty breath
´lifts´ you out of the belief in being someone definitive by automatically synchronise the outer and inward-facing senses so that glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one become the basis for interpreting the world of the outward-facing senses.

It is like being transported in a driverless car that is programmed to take you to your favourite aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one, so you carelessly forget to define the glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one and they as one bright light, tone, emotion or taste carry the nothingness of you back into the formlessness of oneness.

You can read especially about the empty breath in HACK #5, A state of not-knowing is nothing but bliss. NOTES ABOUT THE QUOTES
The terminology of yoga and so-called holy scriptures – apart from The New Testament – is unknown to Alexius, so he does not know the scriptures from where the quotes in this article are taken. He found them all by searching the internet.

When everything is included there does not appear to be something outside of you, neither inside of you, as that requires there something to be outside of you. In other words, there is nothing but the formlessness of oneness.

Alexius does not sympathise with Eastern or Western religions. Neither new age philosophy, as they generally appear to be about excluding what is judged to be bad to become what is deemed to be better, purer or higher. Yoga techniques, for example, are often based on meditation or something else where what is not one is excluded. Theoretically speaking, this should leave out everything but the formlessness of oneness. But as formlessness cannot exclude anything, this is not what you get from being exclusive.

OTHER NOTES:

A reintroduction to the inward-facing senses, the enlightenment of that which is one and glimpses of it

Inner visions of light of anything at all is not the enlightenment of that which is one, as it takes more than one to have a vision. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As it takes more than one to have a vision, no matter how impressive your inner visions of light seems to be, they are not the enlightenment of that which is one but glimpses of it. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The world of the outward-facing senses is experienced via seeing, hearing, feeling and tasting/smelling it. But if those senses are turned inwards instead, the enlightenment of that which is one is revealed through seeing, hearing, feeling or tasting/smelling it.

And then again, it is not exactly like this because the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be experienced since it takes more than one to be aware of something.

Someone, who believes to be definable, cannot gracefully fall through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one. Yet someone who believes to be definable can learn how to have this belief undone.

Yet bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one is something that can be experienced via seeing, hearing, feeling or tasting/smelling it. This is not the enlightenment of that which is one though but glimpses of it, which come through a hole that sometimes seems to be black and other times full of lucid. See the article The ins and outs of a black hole.

Having visual glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one can be an experience of travelling through lucid worlds with ever-changing flashes of light. When those flashes of light are not perceived to differ from each other, there is no separation to define you as someone definitive anymore.

When you play a game, you may forget where you actually are. One way to remember it is to undo the knowledge of what and where you appear to be. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As that means there is nobody experiencing anything, there is not someone to fight that the construction of thoughts which seem to have replaced the formlessness of that which is one with someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one is abruptly extracted by an exceptionally bright white light, that the glimpses have turned into without you being aware of it, as none of this is not happening in linear time but in one perpetual present.

In other words, everything you ever believed to be and have is gone without you knowing it or having any memory of having believed to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. Hence there is nothing to gracefully fall through the hole that is no more because there is no experience to hide that which always has been and always will be, since it is formless and therefore endless, namely that which is one.

The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be experienced
Most people, however, work against the flow of enlightenment, which is done by defining what there seems to be to see, hear, feel or taste as something similar to past experiences so that the enlightenment of that which is one is fragmented into more than one, wherefore the belief in being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is not undone.

And as the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be bid welcome without having this belief undone for just one moment, you only had glimpses of it, and therefore do not know what it is.

If you for a moment forget what and where you appear to be, there is not someone hiding the enlightenment of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

If you for a moment forget what and where you appear to be, there is not someone appearing to hide the enlightenment of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As the enlightenment of that which is one is not of a world where there seems to be more than one, someone believing to be there cannot be enlightened. But if you for a moment forget what and where you are you are, there is not a world where there seems to be more than one to hide the enlightenment of that which is one.

Returning from the enlightenment of that which is one as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, you are not enlightened, because enlightenment is not something definitive. Yet, there are vague memories of the enlightenment of that which is one, so you are to be compared to it.

This, however, would have been the same result if the belief in being someone definitive momentarily had been undone because then there is not someone to know the enlightenment of that which is one. In other words, what you believe to be can never be enlightened. Yet it is possible to momentarily forget what and where you are, so there is nothing for the enlightenment of that which is one to gracefully carry through a hole that is not there into the formlessness of that which is one.

Since what you believe to be, therefore, has not been enlightened, you appear to be the same if going back to the experience of being in a world where there seems to be more than one. However, due to vague memories of that which is one, you do not believe this experience is real. Hence you are to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one.

A glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one is comparable to a movie trailer, which is just a glimpse of a whole movie, and therefore not to be confused with the whole one.

To round off, as the enlightenment of that which is one has no beginning and end, someone definitive cannot experience it. But glimpses of it – for example travelling through lucid worlds of light – has a beginning and an end. Hence they can be experienced by someone definitive. See also The enlightenment of that which is one versus glimpses of it.

If you seem to see an E here, you are using the E, you have made in your mind, to hide all the empty space.

If you seem to see an ‘E’ here, you are focusing on seeing something recognisable so that you can hide the empty space by imagining there is something there. The empty space is not the formlessness of that which is one, but when you do not imagine a world defined by time and space to be there, no elements of matter are experienced to hide the formlessness of oneness. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Partial devotion to the inward-facing senses results in glimpses of enlightenment
To experience that you are someone substantial in a world defined by time and space, constant focus on something specific is required for the outward-facing senses to fabricate the depth needed to make the experience appear dimensional. Otherwise, the outer senses cannot build this illusion.

So the more you defocus, the more the definable world of the outward-facing senses is complemented with the abstract world of the inward-facing senses, where you are bid welcome by glimpses of light if you are visual-minded, ethereal music if you are auditory minded, and the taste or feeling of that which is one in case you are emotional minded.

In the following article Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of it, you can read how to activate the inward-facing senses so that you can see, hear, feel and taste glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one

The purpose of the inward-facing senses and their glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one is to attract you to such an extent that you cannot help yourself but have them undo the belief that it is possible to be someone definitive, even though it means the end of what you believe to be – just like a moth cannot help but to follow its attraction to the flame, even though it is gonna be the end of it.

The idea of mixing something is based on the belief in separation, so do not try to mix glimpses of light with glimpses of ethereal music, for example, as this will imply they are separated. Just welcome whatever glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one that seems to come your way. Never try to hang onto a glimpse or to have it repeated. If it changes into another aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one, go with that.

What you believe to be is a hallucination, that seems to cover the enlightenment of that which is one – also if you believe to be spiritual, because any belief requires more than one.

These glimpses, as already noted, are not the enlightenment of that which is one, as it has no room for someone being conscious of something since that requires more than one. This does not mean that the person you believe to be is replaced by the enlightenment of that which is one, but that whatever you believe to be is an illusion.

The healing of the body caused by partly being devoted to the inward-facing senses is just a side effect, that helps you not to care about physicality and its inevitable end.

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The inward-facing senses and the body
Devotion to the inward-facing senses will heal your body if that is not the purpose of it. It may not include genetically caused diseases, though. But as devotion to the inward-facing senses calms the body, a genetically created condition will not seem to generate fear, which otherwise may further damage the body if projected upon it (see hack #4.3 The toxic mix of physical and non-physical issues).

When, however, the body’s wellbeing is the purpose of devoting yourself to the inward-facing senses, you cannot be attentive to the world of the inward-facing senses since that requires having no specific focus, so the world of the inward-facing senses fades out without you even noticing it. Thus the body is not being nurtured by it.

Total devotion to the inward-facing senses bids welcome the enlightenment of that which is one
Complete devotion to the inward-facing senses bids welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, that right away erases all memories of you being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. As you are not there anymore, there is nobody to know how long time this takes. But most of all, because the enlightenment of that which is one is not a process but one perpetual present.

At first, however, it may seem to be a process, and as long as that is the case, the brain that produced the experiences of you as someone definitive is not dead, so it can be rebooted and again make these experiences. But since it takes more than one to be anything, they cannot contain the enlightenment of that which is one. So although you are to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, you look like you used to be.

But as soon as the enlightenment of that which is one does not seem to be a process, which in the concept of time happens in is less than a minute, the brain cannot be rebooted, and therefore not produce the experience of you as a substantial being in a tangible world, wherefore there is nothing to hide that which always has been and always will be you, namely the formlessness of oneness. There is, of course, nobody to be aware of this since it takes more than one to be conscious of something.

The appearance of you as someone in a world, where there seems to be more than one, is a fabrication constructed from thoughts, where some are chosen to be included, as if they are that which is you, and others are excluded, as if they are not you but somebody else. By not excluding specific thoughts but including them all, you become everything and you also lose the appearance of being someone specific, because there are no excluded thoughts to define you as someone definitive. In other words, inclusion excludes what is not real, so there is nothing but the formlessness of that which is you. Enlightenment of that which is one does the same, and so do the other ´ways´ suggested in my non teachings. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Your appearance as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is a fabrication of thoughts. The ones you judge as good are chosen to be included, and those regarded as badare excluded. The excluded ones produce what you consider others to be and what you are not, so if no thoughts are excluded, there is nobody to define you as separate from others. Inclusion, therefore, excludes what is not real, namely separation, so that there is not something to hide there is no more than that which is one. Bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one has the same result, and so does the implementation of the other ‘ways’ of coming back to that which is one suggested in Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings.

Is the enlightenment of that which is one required to have the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one undone?
The enlightenment of that which is one can be said to be the last step to the formlessness of oneness. Still, as formlessness is endless, you have never left it, so there is no step back to it, and therefore no need to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one in any one of its aspects or to have glimpses of it*.

Neither do you have to be connected with the empty breath or devote yourself to the inward-facing senses to have the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one undone. It can be undone while enjoying the world of the outward-facing senses. In the below box, there are some suggestions on how to do this:

The more you perceive the apparent differences in the world of the outward-facing senses to not make a difference, the more the outward-facing senses function as a set-off to that which is one (hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is completeness).

The same applies to pretending to be someone definitive (hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation or seeing symbols of life in the world (hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life).

And it also applies to being alone together, which does not mean that you are together with one or more who also are alone, but that you are alone together with your fantasy of a world where there seems to be more than one, no matter how many there seem to be around you (hack #7 ´Alone together´ is the key to that which is one).

But you do not even need Alexius’ Enlightened Non-Teachings to have this belief undone. All that is necessary is not remembering what and where you are since that means there is no belief in being someone definitive that appears to hide the formlessness of that which is one.

There is no experience of love without the experience of hate, because you cannot know one without the other. Multitasking allows you to experience both emotions simultaneously, and so hate is as blissful as love. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The reason that so many avoid multitasking is that multitasking leaves them with no time to suppress anger and other feelings, that destroys the perfect image of themselves as somebody at peace, full of love and whatnot.

What they do not know, when keeping specific feelings hidden – hate for example – is that they diminish the experience of their contrasts – in this case love – because you cannot have one without the other.

Least of all do they know that when both sides of a contrast are equally acknowledge, their apparent difference makes no difference. Thus it is just as blissful loving somebody as to hate them.

Be aware though, that to be in the bliss of indifference, instead of the consciousness of being someone definitive, you must be willing to be nobody.

Here the world of the inner senses are about to shift to bright white light, which is gonna extract all the info you have collected in order to appear as somebody and leave it at the edge at a black hole so that there is nobody to fall into the nothingness of that which is one. This is not compatible with appearing in a world, where there seems to be more than one, so if that is what you want, you better make sure the info making up your personality is not extracted or you know where to find it again. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

This image could be illustrating the last glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one before you give up seeing something specific. There is an abrupt shift to the enlightenment of that which is one that extracts all the info you have collected to appear as someone definitive and leave it at the edge of what seems to be a black hole so that nothing is falling through it and gracefully float into the formlessness of that which is one. You do not know how fast this is happening because you are no more and have no conscious of ever having been anybody, because there is nothing but that which is one. This is not compatible with appearing as someone definitive in a world defined by time and space, so if that is what you want, you better make sure that the info making up your appearance as someone definitive is not extracted – or that you know how to find it again – which is simply is to go with the flow of fear. And yes, there is also fear in that which is one. No worries. It cannot be experienced there. That is not possible since it would require more than one. It is, however, possible to imagine there is more than one, and going with the fear that this entails, you seem to leave it and instead be part of a world defined by time and space. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Multitasking the inner and outward-facing senses
Much devotion to the world of the inward-facing senses may space you out regarding the present moment in the world of the outward-facing senses. Yet, if you do not have to be present there, you just go with the flow of the inward-facing senses, as if the world outside of you stands still.

But if you want to go on appearing as someone special in a world where there seems to be more than one, it is, of course, best to totally focus on the world of the outward-facing senses so that the abstractness of the inner world does not interfere with your plans for having more money, power, love, life, energy and whatnot.

However, should you become tired of the race for more, you multitask between the inner and outward-facing senses so that being loaded with glimpses of enlightenment in the world of the inward-facing senses makes you indifferent to the constant demand for more in the world of the outward-facing senses.

If you do not want the belief in being someone definitive to be abruptly undone by the enlightenment of that which is one, multitasking between the inner and outward-facing senses could be your approach, as that allows you to have this belief undone in a pleasant pace while having a good time pretending to be what you are not.

Multitasking is said to disturb the brain so that it is harder for it to focus on something specific. That is why it is beneficial in regard to having the belief in being someone definitive undone  – especially the multitasking of the inner and outward-facing senses, which happens all by itself when connected with the empty breath.

When you are multitasking the world of the inner and outward-facing senses with the help of the empty breath thoughts are not considered to be yours, so nobody is going anywhere, even though it may appear so.

The empty breath automatically syncs the outer and the inward-facing senses so that everything feels just okay. Nothing is wrong or missing. This is not the purpose of the empty breath, though. Its purpose is to undo the belief in being definitive, but this is a lot easier not fighting to survive as someone definitive. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The empty breath automatically syncs the inner and outward-facing senses
Those not connected with the empty breath are often tempted to skip the part of having the belief in being someone specific undone and instead use their own special blend of the outer and inward-facing senses as the means to fabricate their particular version of paradise.

The purpose of this often is to establish themselves as spiritual helpers. Still, as there only is somebody to help, when you believe in separation, your so-called compassion and help enhance the suffering that this belief entails (see the article Coming from the heart is a denial of that which is one). Besides, there is no paradise without hell since a world where there seems to be more than one can only be experienced through contrasts.

It is common to think, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Yet you do not appear as someone specific in a world where there seem to be more than one to find more, but to see there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one.

So instead of using the glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one to establish an image of yourself as a new messiah full of love and light, use them to expose the frustration coming from the belief in being someone definitive so that its unedited energy can be used to ignite a take-off into the empty breath.

The moment you have no need give or receive help or support, the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one is undone.

As the inward-facing senses operate on very high-frequency, speedy thoughts and feelings seem to rest there. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The connection with the empty breath automatically syncs the outer and inward-facing senses. As the latter operate at an extremely high frequency, the wild speculations in the low-frequency world of the outward-facing senses do not seem to cause confusion but relaxation. So the apparent differences of the world experienced with the outward-facing senses slowly cease to make a difference. Thus the foundation for the belief in separation fades out. And so there is nobody to imagine that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

Following the guidance of the empty breath you are automatically multitasking, because it does not know the concept of focusing on something specific. So when you are do not feel the empty breath multitasking connects you with it.

Read about how to connect with the empty breath in the articles Take-offs into ‘the empty breath’Where to find the bliss of ‘the empty breath’ and How to ignite a take-off into ‘the empty breath’. A perfect moment turns into a state of not-knowing
Since there is no sense of anything having a beginning or end, it may last longer than the idea of now, which is a concept of something in between the past and the future. In other words, the idea of now is based on excluding the past and the future, whereas a perfect moment includes everything. Read more about that in hack #3.1 Every moment is the perfect moment.

When differences are not perceived to make a difference, the foundation for the belief in separation is gone. So everything outside of you is inside of you, where is nothing since without an outside, there is no inside. In other words, if you do not return from this state of not-knowing to a world where there seems to be more than one, there is nothing to hide there is no more than that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Hence it makes no difference if there are thoughts about the past, the future or anything else. Actually, the most distinctive feature of a perfect moment is that the apparent differences of thoughts are not perceived to make a difference. That is why it does not matter if you judge something.

Since differences are not perceived to make a difference in a perfect moment, nobody cares if the bliss of it should differ from a state of not-knowing.

A perfect moment is brought about by any duality hack except for the enlightenment of that which is one, as that is not a state of mind since it takes more than one to be in a state. It is also the after-effect of a state of not-knowing.

Be happy if you cannot overcome the hopelessness that seems to blow you away when having left a state of not-knowing, because when you are blown away a state of not-knowing returns.

Being alone together is based on the realisation that the power behind every experience you seem to have is you. Just like every appearance in a dream is both empowered and interpreted by the dreamer. The animation is grabbed from Ello.

Alone together
Since the apparent differences in what is usually perceived to be a world outside of you are not perceived to make a difference when in a state of not-knowing and as that applies to whatever seems to be inside of what is typically believed to be you, inside and outside is the same – or rather there is no inside and outside or any other contrasts to define you as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

You are alone together, having a fantasy about being someone special in a world where there seems to be more than one. But no matter what appears to be happening in that fantasy, you are not in it – just like within the context of this fantasy, a dreamer is not in its dream, although the dream is in the dreamer.

Read more about alone together in the following article To be ´alone together´ is to undo the belief in separation or hack #7 Alone together is the key to that which is one.

You cannot know this before you have left a state of not-knowing, and memories start popping up of how blissful it is to not believe you are someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

There may also be memories of the transition, which can be quite claustrophobic, as there is nobody to project your troubles and sorrows on since there is nothing but the tight unit of you. But as soon as you start feeling the peace that comes from not feeling disturbed by anybody, this unit is not tight anymore. Actually, it is not there at all, because you do not believe to be someone definitive.

When the apparent differences of a world where there seems to be more than one are not perceived to make a difference, you are not separated from what you experience to be a world outside of you. In other words, you are alone together with your experience of a world where there seems to be more than one – and since this is how you imagine having left the formlessness of oneness, you can reverse this and return to that which you never left, since formlessness is endless. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As you may already have read, you got to leave a state of not-knowing pretty soon if you want to remain as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. Neither can you stay in this state if you do not wish to return to the fantasy of being someone definitive but to the formlessness of oneness, as being in any kind of state requires more than one.

Staying true to being alone together, this is not a dilemma, because from this follows, you never have been in a world where there seems to be more than one. On the contrary, like a dreamer, within the context of such a world, you are in your own bed, which, in this context, is a metaphor for that which is one. And since oneness is formless and therefore without beginning and end, you have never left it..

NOTE: This article is part of hack #6.3 The inward senses, the enlightenment of that which is one and glimpses of it.

Nothing can stop you on Highway One except your belief in a world where there seems to be more than one

If you fear the destructive powers of the world, you will probably fear the enlightenment of that which is one, as its light will destroy every definable feature of you just like that. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

If you fear the destructive powers of the world, you may also fear the enlightenment of that which is one, as it relentlessly destroys every definable feature of what you believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When the cats living with Alexius are at sleep, they sometimes move as if they are having a nightmare – at least that is what he concludes. The oneness of life may draw the same conclusion if it could sense the stress coming from those imagining to be somebody in a world where there seems to be more than one. But just like Alexius cannot see the dreams of his cats, neither can life see, the imaginations of those who believe that life can be divided into more than one.

Even if life could sense this fantasy in which you are someone who needs to take something from someone else to survive, it would not stop imagination, as it may be too scary to suddenly see that that what and where you believe in being is an illusion because there is no more than that which is one. Thus life tries to comfort you in your dream world while it sweetly whispers: Come home.

This whisper is heard or felt as an unpronounceable humming often symbolised by the word Aum or Sohang. If this humming makes you open your eyes for just one second, you will not see the world you are dreaming about but one light much more potent than anything in the dream. The light and force of an atomic bomb is nothing compared to this light, which does not illuminate something and is neither opaque nor transparent, but so intense that it cannot be apprehended.

As the enlightenment of that which is one is one perpetual present, it cannot be brought back into a world of linear time, so Alexius only has vague memories of it.

To bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one all thoughts made to fabricate an image of you as something definable must be left at the edge of a black hole, so that there is nothing for the bright white light to suck through a black hole into that which is one. This will of course seems very frightening if you want to remain someone definable in a world, where there seems to be more than one, and if so chances are that you out of desperation will define the bright white light and/or the black hole as something, and so you are back in a definable world. If you leave all thoughts behind at the edge of the black hole and end up being no different from that which is one, you can pick up all the thoughts again – in linear time – within a few minutes and return as someone in a world, where there seems to be more than one.

The enlightenment of that which is one sucks out all the thoughts stored in the brain, making up the experience of you as someone definitive. They are left at the edge of a black hole, so there is nothing to fall/float through it into the formlessness of that which is one. This will, of course, seem very frightening for someone believed to have a consciousness. No worries, if you want to return to the conscious experience of being someone definitive, all that is needed is to pick up the thought construction left at the edge of the black hole, which is done by comparing the journey into the black hole to something. In this way, the journey becomes definable, and as that is only possible in a definable world, you appear to be back in a world defined by time and space. This, however, has to be when the enlightenment of that which is one still seems to be going on in linear time because after a minute or so, it turns into one perpetual present. Then it is too late to return to the experiences of a world defined by time and space. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Without further notice, this light relentlessly and most powerfully smashes every definable feature that makes up your identity in the dream of a world where life seems to be divided into more than one. If you do not believe this identity is that which is you, you will not fear obliteration and the free-fall through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one.

But suppose you are attached to being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. In that case, you fear to become formless and to prevent that, you objectify the fear by justifying it as caused by a force that wants to destroy you, so that the fear becomes a tangible form, which seems powerful enough to smash the enlightenment of that which is one into definable pieces. In this way, the formlessness of oneness is escaped so you can appear to be someone special in a world, where their life seems to be divided into more than one.

Some claim, they out of compassion for others return to a world where there seems to be more than, but that is very egoistic. Life is the formlessness of that which is one, so a world where life seems to be divided in more than one is an illusion.

Actually, there is nothing to fear in that which is one because it takes more than one to fear something. But imagining to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, it always seems as if there is something to fear. To appear as someone definitive, you must permanently exclude what is judged not to be you. As that is done by projecting what you dislike onto others or obscure parts of your body, you fear retaliation from others or your body.

That which is one has no power to destroy anything, as that requires more than one.

But when not excluding anything to appear as someone great in the dream of a world where there seems to be more than one, there is no reason to fear the death of being someone definitive and as nothing falling out of the dream into the reality of that which is one.

The unenlightened twists everything they hear or read about oneness andthe enlightenment of that which is one into something, that appears to make them someone special in the world instead of not someone at all.

As there is no more than that which is one and requires more than one to choose to wake up – or choosing anything at all – it is not possible to wake up. Nor is you reading this article or Alexius writing it. That which we are is not in the dream called the world. One could say we are dreaming about it. This, however, is not a factual explanation but a metaphor to describe that which is not real. In other words, in reality, there is no dream – just one perpetual present.

The unspeakable sound of Aum or Sohang is your ticket to Highway One
When your ear is close enough to a computer, you hear and/or feel a distant sound coming from its engine. To be that close to the computer, though, you have to stop focusing on the world empowered on its screen.

The same applies to hear or feeling the distant sound from the edge of the universe, which is often, although it cannot be spoken, symbolised by the words Aum or Sohang. In other words, you must stop focusing on the appearances in the world of duality to hear the humming from the edge of the universe, which can be compared to hearing the essence of the sound coming from a computer engine or rather the fan of it.

You can also compare the humming to transparently hearing the purring of a cat, or sensing your body vibrating like that, or like trembling of fear but without the fear of something, or shaking of coldness but more lightly and not feeling cold or anything else specifically, or feeling the effect of quickly drinking the foam of Coca-Cola which in this case is not limited to bubble or tingle in a specific part of the body or in that alone but all over.

In other words, it is not really in the body that you feel it but rather like when like, for example, when the anaesthesia a dentist has made in the mouth stops working. You feel something, but it is not as if it is the body you used to know.

This vibration is used to fabricate and uphold a world of duality – not in the sense that it has created it. The wave is an echo of that which has no beginning or end, so it cannot create anything with an ending. Yet the energy of it is used to keep together the imagination of a world of duality – just like it is the energy of a dreamer that makes it possible to have a dream. But it is not possible to manifest the dreamer in the dream, and likewise, it is impossible to display non-duality in a world of duality.

The vibration that ´Aum´ and ´Sohang´ symbolises is your launching pad to non-duality.

The launching pad to one perpetual present
Sometimes, while having a dream, you sense that it is too weird to be real. Likewise, when hearing or feeling the vibration symbolised by Aum or Sohang, a world of duality stops making sense. The apparent differences do not make a difference, so the concept of duality slowly fades out – also the fear born out of the belief in being someone definitive. Consequently, the world no longer seems to have a grip on you, and so you are free to use the humming from the edge of the universe as a launching pad to the formlessness of non-duality.

Alexius is never sad and nobody is ever mad at him. He knows these feelings, and when they pass by he include them – and what is not excluded does not define him.

You cannot know or understand the formlessness of non-duality because it is that which is one, and it takes more than one to know or understand something. For the same reason, you cannot experience fear, sadness or anger, neither love, happiness or compassion in that which is one.

This does not mean that there is no love in that which is one. On the contrary, it is everywhere, but as non-duality is formless, there is no separation, so it cannot be experienced. Neither is there someone specific to know it is one perpetual present.

NOTES:

  • Hearing or feeling the vibration symbolised by Aum or Sohang, which is to hear or feel the echo of that which is one, is not a miracle cure, as everything in a world of linear time appears to take time – including having the belief in being someone definitive and that the fear it entails is an illusion.
  • Following the heart has nothing to do with following the echo of that which is one. This vibration erases the belief in a world defined by time and space. The heart, however, needs definitions to continuously be excited about something definitive. Consequently, it will fight the vibration symbolised by Aum or Sohang so that you remain in a world defined by time and space.

How to ignite a take-off into ´the empty breath´ (draft)

When not trying to make sense of this image but going with its absurdity, the free-flowing energy of the experience spontaneously ignites a take-off into the empty breath and its bliss of emptiness, provided there is a willingness to forget what you believe to be. The image is grabbed from the web.

If not perceiving what you read to be special, it cannot define you as unique. Thus there is not something special to obscure the bliss of nothing.

As soon as you have had enough of the frustration coming from the perception of being special and you do not try to edit or transform your feeling of desperation, the raw energy of it automatically ignites a take-off into the empty breath. Since it is nothing and your current experience of something is processed by the brain from what it did imagine to receive from a gap in nothing one second ago (read more about that here), the take-off into the empty breath only takes one second.

In other words, when you connect with the empty breath, you go one second back in linear time to the nothingness that is unprocessed into something by the brain.  From there, the brain´s rendering of nothing into a world of something looks the same, but it is not perceived to be something and therefore not confirming you to be someone. Hence you are in the bliss of nothing.

Every time you believe in fighting something, it is to prevent being nothing.

In linear time, it may take a few more seconds, or many years, before there is nothing but the bliss of emptiness because out of reflex you probably try to force the breath through the tensions in the body, instead of going with the flow of the empty breath. It may feel as if you are fighting with the empty breath about how to breathe.

This fight, however, is solely between what you perceive to be you and an intruder because the empty breath is not intruding on you. That is not possible. It does not see you as someone made of solid elements, but of emptiness just like itself. So when you stop fighting nothing, the empty breath goes through the tensions, caused by the thoughts and feelings you have excluded from your awareness by hiding them in the body, as they are nothing.

To get to this point, you must be willing to not stop the breath from going through the painful areas of the body. In this process, you may use professional healthcare services to relieve the body from spasms and headaches, for example, as the empty breath is not healing it – only the belief that there is someone in it.

What you believe in being is nothing twisted by the brain into someone experiencing something. In the presence of the empty breath, which is nothing that has not been processed into something, you become indifferent to the experience of something and thus of being someone. The animation is grabbed from the web.

Having passed the apparent physical and emotional obstacles, you turn into nobody. It may at first feel like the empty breath sets off from an engine in the abdomen as if it is an inner breath that in a slow fashion pumps air from there to extract the body (read more about that here), whereafter it returns to the engine which seems to take its time before it pumps it out again without any concept of being inside and outside of a body.

Despite that this is nothing that extracts and contracts nothing, it is in a world where everything is experienced as something also experienced to be that. It might be experienced as if you having fun surfing yin-yang like waves in the rhythmic flow of the empty breath, or being everywhere and nowhere in the sound of it, or joyfully moving with the swing of it, or being still in the abstractness behind its rhythmic flow. Read more about that in What does ´the empty breath´ feel like?

Although it may have been unedited speed and chaos that connected you with the empty breath, it is not a speedy or chaotic affair being connected, but like you weightlessly walk on clouds. Think of being high up in the sky in an aeroplane. Although it was the speed that ignited the take-off and it must be maintained to keep you in the air, it is not the speed you feel but a laid-back experience of being in the clouds.

Regarding speed, whether connected with the empty breath or not, we are always moving extremely fast because the Earth and thus us as well is spinning at 1.000 miles an hour, if at the equator and a little less when north and south of it, and the entire planet is hurtling around the sun at 67.000 miles an hour. Having a static perception of ourselves, however, we do not feel the thrill of this but having a perception in sync with the brain (read more about that here), we feel it and can use it to ignite a take-off into the empty breath.

However, the ways described in this article and the other ones in hack #5.2 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing are generally not geared for the basic but special self. That is because most are drawn in by the excitement they imagine to get from being special, rather than the pure happiness, they automatically receive when being basic, because the latter will not make them essential in a world where being special, bitchy and having something extraordinary is the standard. Read more these two kinds of self in hack #4.1 The basic self versus the special one.

If not focused but defocused, all the elements used to construct what you believe to be blur out. Hence they do not seem to be something, and you, therefore, not different from the nothingness where the empty breath resides. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

So although being special brings about stress and being basic results in relaxation, almost everybody does their best to establish themselves as somebody special in a mundane or so-called spiritual way. Thus hack #5.2 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing is mostly about using stress and speedy thoughts as a take-off into the empty breath. In regard to the basic self, it is not the stress of being somebody but the relaxation of being nobody, that ignites a take-off into the empty breath.

Let us imagine, you have covered your eyes by your hand, so you can indulge in daydreaming without being disturbed by the world outside of you. Though it feels great to have a fantasy of a better world, it also feels strange to be cut off from the actual world.

So when you want to see the world as it is and not as you imagine it could be, and you sense it is your own hand that stops you from doing so, you automatically remove it. Hence it is the built-up frustration and the realisation it is caused by your own hand, that makes you take it away so you can see the world as it is.

Having had enough of something ignites a take-off into the empty breath and the bliss of nothing
The process in the above box, generally speaking, resembles the way a take-off into the empty breath is ignited. The perception of the experiences you seem to have is believed to establish you as special and therefore to hide that it is a fantasy made from nothing.

This perception, which is to be compared to the hand in the above box, is made from selected thoughts organised into a spiritual or mundane vocabulary (read more about that here), that you share with like-minded ones to confirm each other as being special and not just a fantasy of the brain. Read more about this here.

You may not only sense the bare feet that have made the footprints in this photo but also the body they belong to. Yet there is no feet or entity in the image, and nobody makes footprints like those. Hence what you sense is a construction of thoughts. Read more about that here. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When you have had enough of the confusion that comes from this perception, you loosen the grip on the selected thoughts, making it up. Thus you start to see that being special is a daydream. When you are fed up with that, your frustration ignites a take-off into the empty breath. In the connectedness with its nothingness, there is not somebody to perceive that what you experience makes you special or anything at all. This does not mean that you disappear but that you are not attributed with a specific meaning.

The empty breath cannot be experienced as something definitive because it resides in the nothingness unprocessed by the brain. Hence you do not  notice it when you want to experience something.

Since this is a state of not-knowing, there is no awareness of the bliss that nothing entails when not disguised as something. But memories of it pop up when you return to the conscious experience of being someone, which you must do latest 20 minutes, 45 at most, after entering a state of not-knowing, if you want to be able to go on as someone substantial in a tangible world. Read more about that here.

When returning from a state of not-knowing to the consciousness of being someone definitive, the slate has been wiped clean, so even though it feels like you just had a unique experience, you are nothing special. Instead, you are the basic self you always were supposed to be. Being that you are happy.

And this happiness does not come from what you experience to be and have but from being in sync with the brain (see hack #4.1 The basic self versus the special one), there is no need to perceive any experiences as something special. Thus they seem so unimportant, that, every now and then, there does not appear to be something to hide the bliss of nothing. In other words, you automatically and very quickly go back and forth between a state of not-knowing and the conscious experience of being someone. See To be nobody and yet somebody.

The connectedness with the empty breath does not come from meditating, chanting or any other technique of self-control, because control enhances the belief in being someone definitive. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Being a basic self is an after-effect of a state of not-knowing that may last from a few seconds to many years (read more about that here). Often though it is hastily overridden by the desire to be and have something special. No worries. The confusing energy that this entails is so powerful that it ignites a take-off into the empty breath, provided you are willing to not try to fence off the frustration by denying or indulging in sex or anything else.

In other words, when you are totally fed up with being controlled by the thoughts and feelings, you have sought out yourself to form a belief system of how to be special, you automatically leave it. Not in the sense that you give up, let be or surrender because that is based on being special. But in the sense that the unedited frustration ignites a take-off into the empty breath and in its nothingness there is not something to define you as special anymore.

Are you confused about how to connect with the empty breath? If so, do not try to clear up the turmoil but go with the flow of it, so its unedited energy can ignite a take-off into the empty breath. Check out The speed of uncontrolled thoughts and feelings ignites a take-off into the bliss of nothingness if you want to read more about that. Read What and where are the inward and outward-facing senses in the case this is what you want to dig into.

Be aware, though, that you will never know how to connect with the empty breath. It is not something but nothing, and you cannot know how to connect with nothing. But if you forget what and where you appear to be, you do not need to connect because then there does not appear to be something hiding that you are nothing.

You undo the belief in duality by enjoying it [draft]

You do not get satisfaction from something specific in the duality flow but from the constant interaction between opposites. Anything perceived as good is just as bad because everything comes in opposites in a world of duality. That is why you do not get the duality flow if you try to hold onto something specific. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

In most cases, you do not have to read Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings in a particular order. But in the case of this article, you may benefit from having read hack #4.3 The toxic mix of physical and non-physical issues.

PART 1:
You need to be true to the world of duality to undo the belief that you are there. Hence you should not go for singular but twofold experiences. If you try to stay in an unparalleled state of mind, you are unaccompanied, and since you can only depart from non-duality by envisioning there is more than one, this is also the way you return. Therefore, if you insist on being singular, you remain in duality.

In the duality flow, it is not a matter of what you feel but that you are aware of it, so it can open up and reveal its counterpart and that those opposites are interacting, for example, love and hate. Any minute though, hatred may show another opposite of itself, for example kindness. Then this twofoldness replaces the former one until kindness reveals it can also be complemented with selfishness. And on it goes until you prefer having an inner dialogue in which you can make sure you always are correct and thus above others.

This continues till you do not give a shit about being superior or simply are fed up with the stream of thoughts that you know will fade out in the duality flow. Thus you choose to not hide your present emotion behind an inner dialogue where you seem to know better but feel it without explanation. Thus it can be perceived as ´it is what it is,´ which reveals it is not singular but twofold, wherefore you are back in the duality flow.

The Earth goes around itself and the sun on its predestined path every day and those on it follow along regardless of their psychological issues because it is solely a physical matter. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If something seems to have gone wrong, you may panic and start an inner dialogue about how to become better. But you follow the Earth on a predestined ride around the sun. Hence there is nothing you can change. See hack #4.2 The brain´s script and how to perceive it to feel happy

Therefore, instead of judging yourself for having failed and thus feeling inferior, go with the duality flow. Doing that, failure is complemented by success, so both seem equally entertaining.

Please be aware that you should not look for your present emotion in the body. It does not contain anything psychological because it is purely physical. You could also say that something physical is visible, whereas something psychological is invisible, and you cannot mix visibility with invisibility.

That said, if you have projected mental or emotional issues onto the body in the assumption that it can integrate them, you better start off by bringing them back to the non-substantial psychological sphere where they were conceived. Only there they gently open up and reveal they are not singular but twofold, wherefore there is no specific psychological issue to bother you.

However, since you initially tried to combine a specific psychological issue with a physical one, the latter remains and should be taken care of physically. Maybe with the help of a healthcare professional.

Bringing back your emotional issues, from where you have imagined dumping them in the body to the non-substantial psychological sphere, is straightforward. Since having dropped them in the body is a fantasy, you simply reverse it. However, having done that, you do not know where they are because the psychological sphere is not visible.

Yet, like the clothes are close to the body and follows it wherever it goes, you can count on the psychological zone is close to the body and moves along with it. But also like clothes and the body are two different realities that do not mix, so is the psychological and physical reality.

If we remain within the clothes metaphor, you could say the psychological sphere provides the body with a sense of warmth. That is, if the psychological zone is not filled with continuous inner dialogue consisting of comments like those on social media that makes you feel as if you exist. But this is like wearing somebody else´s dirty clothes. It is very unpleasant for the body, whereas it feels at home when there is nothing but the duality flow is in the psychological sphere.

Suffering and other singular feelings come from the idea that psychological issues can be integrated with the body to improve it or make it sick, so others feel guilty when they see it. Read more about that here. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

As already said, you replace the inner dialogue with the duality flow by perceiving your present feeling – or the amount you can get in touch with through the noise from your internal conversation – as ´it is what it is.´ But if you stop insisting on being superior by showing off as you know what is going on, the inner dialogue runs out of steam and reveals the duality flow.

The first time this happened for Alexius was during a gentle massage. But it was not before much later he put words to it and realised, perceiving your present feeling in the psychological sphere as ´it is what it is´ reveals it is not singular but twofold. And being in sync with duality, you have no need to seek out thoughts for inner dialogue attesting to you being better.

Lately, it happened when Alexius´cat died. Since he could feel this in his body, he knew something was wrong. A dead cat does not have the power to create sensations in his body. Therefore, as it could only be something he unconsciously projected onto the body, he consciously brought the imagined feeling of loss back to the psychological sphere. There it was revealed to be coupled with birth.

So although he had lost his cat, physically speaking, she was delivered to him in the psychological sphere. Actually, she had been in the thin air of the psychological zone all the time because whether a cat is alive or dead, you have no physical connection with it. Thus getting back in the psychological zone, Alexius got into the interaction of life and death. Therefore, he felt happy/sad with his cat.

If you suffer from somebody dying, you believe in separation. This does not mean the way to corrected this is to replace the suffering with something more pleasant. On the contrary, when you acknowledge the suffering it can be perceived as ´it is what it is.´ This reveals the feeling is not singular but twofold, wherefore you do not feel alone but together.

Consequently, the death of his cat turned out to be a blessing. She made it impossible for him to project psychological issues on her physical being. Hence, he and she got back into the psychological sphere, where they had been all the time and will remain until the experience of duality is over. This is not about beating off physicality. On the contrary, the approach free the body from your mental ideas about integrating it with spirituality and whatnot. Thus it blossoms on its own term in a physical way.

To resume, if you want to feel good in a world of duality, do not use the body as a means to feel delighted. Happiness is in the psychological sphere, where it is in an ongoing interaction with sadness. Going with the duality flow this, you feel happy/sad.

Even though Alexius´cat Uma is dead, Alexius can connect with her through this picture or any other kind of memory because everything he believes to be and have is in the air of the psychological zone. Although he cannot see Uma there, physically speaking, he can feel what they had together. It is a bit like listening to the waves of the ocean without seeing them. It feels as relaxing as when you see them. Maybe this can also be compared to someone having had a leg cut off. They often say, it still feels as if it is there. That said, it was not what Uma and Alexius had together that he got in touch with at first, but the sorrow of missing her. However, this was only until he realised that his mourning for Uma contained her. The moment she died in his arms, and any other moment, remain in the psychological zone. Thus Uma is as close as she always has been and will be. Therefore, since we are in a world of duality, Alexius feels happy/sad. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Unfortunately, it is not always clarified in the former articles that emotions must be faced where they are conceived, namely in the psychological zone, to be revealed as twofold. However, this will be corrected when Alexius get around upgrade the articles.

Also, it may not always have been clear that since the psychological sphere is abstract, it is nowhere specifically. Hence it is also where you experience the body to be. Yet not as a part of it. To not confuse the psychological sphere with the body, it may be best to access it somewhere outside the body.

INTERLUDE:
Having the counterpart of a singular feeling revealed is not an intellectual process. First, you perceive the specific feeling as ´it is what it is.´ Second, in a state of expectation, calling for nothing specific, you patiently wait a few seconds. Third, your singular feeling opens up, and its counterpart fills its space.

The transition is so gentle that you feel mellow. And it is as automatic as breathing in and out. One automatically leads to the other. Also, like breathing, you may forget about it. Yet you do not forget how well-grounded and beloved you feel in the interplay between opposites.

Should you not catch the interaction between the opposites in one of the many duality pairs, you can always go for the breath. But remember, regarding the duality flow, it is not about doing something precisely, like following the breath, but being true to your experience of breathing in and then quietly wait for it to be replaced by breathing out.

PART 2:
At first, you may get to the duality flow through the perception, ´it is what it is,´ but, after a while, you can recall it just like that. You simply choose to enjoy the interaction of the opposing element in a duality pair instead of dividing them into separate entities assumed to be at odds. In other words, you choose to feel the abundance of the duality flow and not the scarcity of separation.

However, it took Alexius some time to not pick one of the opposite sides in a duality pair but to go with their interaction in which, like breathing in and out, they support each other. But unlike the polarity of breathing in and out, most duality pairs are quickly replaced by another. Fortunately, that is not a problem. The duality flow comes from the constant movement between the opposite sides in any duality pair. And that always makes you feel complete.

Being in the duality flow is a bit like listening to the waves of the ocean. It relaxes you. However, if you insist on doing things your way, you soon feel restless because something needs to be adjusted to make it look like things are going your way. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The duality flow reminds Alexius of the physical sensation he remembers from his childhood when he tried drinking coca-cola. It was like his body turned into bubbes. His experience of the duality flow can also be described as his body is an ocean full of waves gracefully flowing nowhere, or like drops of warm water gently touching the body. Feelings, though, are personal, so your experience of the duality flow´s completeness may differ from Alexius´. Nevertheless, you know you feel the duality flow when you keep smiling for no particular reason.

That being said, the duality flow is new to Alexius. It came to him late in the process of writing Alexius´ Duality Hacks. He discovered it when he wrote a little article in 2020 that over the following months evolved into the eight pieces of hack #4.4 The duality flow goes to non-duality.

At the beginning of writing about this hack, he did not experience the duality flow described above. Instead, he either remembered the hellish or heavenly feeling that comes from a single-minded perception. See Sadness is a close friend of gladness. But you probably get to the duality flow much faster because the way has been paved by Alexius.

When you start going with the duality flow, it probably is the revelation that no experience is singular that blows your mind. For example, if you feel miserable, it is a relief to experience this feeling contains its counterpart, pleasure. Later on, it is not the revelation that your reaction to something always is twofold that blows you away, but that they constantly interact with each other.

Calling this interaction the duality flow is not Alexius´ idea. That was suggested by the AI proofreading his writings. It has, by the way, not found anything similar on the web to the duality flow. Actually, most who talk about non-duality seem to deny duality, although this refusal of the belief in duality makes it impossible to undo it.

First, you think you dump your unwanted feelings in the body. Second, you tighten up the body to hide the feelings imagined to be stored there. Third, you interpret the tightened body as proof of having concealed your unwanted feelings there. Fourth, you forget all about it.

The idea of singleness does not apply to non–duality because for this concept to be experienced, there must be more than one, and there is no more than that which is one in non-duality. Nor does it apply to a world of duality, as everything in it is twofold. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 3:
None of the opposing elements in the duality flow remains for long. This can be compared to a seesaw. It changes rapidly and repeatedly from one position, situation, or condition to another and back again. So if you try holding onto the top by avoiding going down, what you get is fake because the top needs the button to define it – just like there is nothing to describe breathing in if you do not breathe out.

To walk, you take a step with one leg and then the other. If you exclude one of the legs, you cannot walk. Likewise, if you exclude hate from love, you do not hit the road of duality. Hence you do not get the togetherness of twofoldness but the loneliness of singleness. This may feel like a non-concrete pain in the body, even though it does not come from there but from the mental sphere. There you hold yourself spellbound by the idea that twofoldness can be separated into independent items, and hate, therefore, can be separated from love.

This you achieve by projecting your hatred onto a part of the body that you dislike. Then you lure yourself into believing you have gotten rid of hate. Finally, you render yourself unconscious of what you have done, so you can see yourself as nothing but love. But emotions are abstract, and bodies are substantial, so assuming you can dump feelings in flesh, bones, and blood is absurd. Besides, feelings are not singular but twofold. So you cannot have hatred without love and vice versa.

In other words, you cannot remove hatred from your awareness by dumping it in your body. Therefore, what you assume to disturb you in the body is not there but in the psychological sphere. However, it has been there all the time because psychological issues do not blend with the body.

Thus what you believe to feel in the body, you instead sense in the psychological sphere, which is nowhere in specific since it is abstract. So if you feel it anywhere other than in the body, you are in the abstractness of the psychological sphere. There you perceive what you feel as ´it is what it is.´ Doing that, as you know from having read the above, the pressure of something specific is off because your anxiety is complemented by its counterpart, contentment.

Every time you go with the interaction in the duality pairs, breathing in and out becomes so dynamic that more pairs shows up.

Nobody has lasting feelings unless they suppress them by dumping them in the body, so they seem to become substantial. But what they seem to get by doing this is not natural. Feelings are fleeting because they reside in the psychological zone, which is like air. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

When not upholding the idea of singularity and acknowledging the psychological and physical realm are not combinable, you understand that vaguely felt discomfort in the body can be a psychological problem, you have lured yourself into feeling as something physical in the body.

To resume, no trip down memory lane is needed to free the body from the burdens you have placed upon it. Nor do you need to understand what you attempted to hide in the body and why you did it. Instead, you simply acknowledge the present discomfort in the shoulder, for example, so you can feel it in the psychological sphere where your reaction to it can be perceived as ´it is what it is.´ After that, since your response is revealed to be dual, a specific feeling of discomfort cannot be upheld in the shoulders.

As mentioned above, this does not necessarily mean all the pain in the shoulders is gone. You probably have chosen to project your unwanted feelings onto them because they already were in pain, making it easier to imagine psychological distress is hidden there. So if the shoulders still ache when this fantasy is undone, the pain should be dealt with physically, perhaps with the help of fascia rollers from Blackroll.

APPENDIX:
In this article, we have talked about how you get rid of a feeling judged as wrong by dumping it in the body. But good feelings are also dropped in the body. In that case, the body is not used to hide them but make them appear more substantial and lasting. Read more about that in You must play the game of duality to have it undone.

Notes on feelings

Pinching yourself in the arm, the brain registers a physical feeling. Hence you conclude, you are alive. But since the experience of the physical sensation is created by the brain, this conclusion does not prove you exist as someone substantial in a tangible world outside the brain – just like regardless of what and where you experience to be in a dream, you are not there but in your bed. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

»If you’re sitting in a safe and comfortable position, close your eyes and try to feel your heart beating in your chest. Can you, without moving your hands to take your pulse, feel each movement and count its rhythm? Or do you struggle to detect anything at all? This simple test is just one way to assess your ´interoception´ – your brain´s perception of your body’s state, transmitted from receptors on all your internal organs … There’s a constant communication dialogue between the brain and the viscera (internal organs).«

The above test reveals if the connection between the brain and the body works in you. The quote is from the article Interoception: the hidden sense that shapes wellbeing in the Guardian. Like in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, the article concludes that many people have cut off the link between the body and the brain. And since the latter controls the body, it is left without guidance.

According to Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, this connection must be re-established, so no body parts act independently but work as a group governed by the brain. But, of course, the article in the Guardian has another conclusion. It says that you need to master the body, and in doing so, you are in touch with its signals and thus your feelings because they are in the body.

But believing you are the master of body and brain is the root of the problem. To become a master, the natural connection between the body and the brain must be cut off, so you can take over and impose your ideas of who you are or is going to be. Read more about that in hack #4.3 The toxic mix of physical and non-physical issues.

This idea is ridiculous because you do not know who you are nor how the body or brain functions. Besides, if you, for example, assume you are spiritual, this assumption is based on selected experiences produced by the brain. Hence you are nothing but a product fabricated and conducted by the brain via the experiences it creates. In other words, feelings do not come from the heart or somewhere else than the brain, which governs the body and what and where you appear to be.

For sure, you fall off the planet if you interfere with gravity. And you mess up the body when you disrupt or meddle with its ongoing communication with the brain. In short, in the game of duality, the brain is the game master. You cannot change it, but you have plenty of fun following the game master. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Therefore, to feel good as someone in the game of the brain, you must step aside and let it do its thing. This does not mean you do not involve yourself but that you do not try to change anything. Like when you watch a movie. It is your involvement that makes it entertaining when you go with the plot as it is.

In other words, you are not a master but a servant. And you serve the brain by perceiving your reaction to the experiences it produces as ´it is what it is.´ That reveals your response is twofold, and since the world of the brain is dual, you are in sync with the brain. Being that you are best buddies with the brain, and that feels good. Read more about that in hack #4.4 The duality flow goes to non-duality.

If you do not want to play the game of duality, you are free to leave it. However, you cannot do that unless you play it. And since participating involves feeling it, we go on in the below by looking at the feelings that seem to attest to you being someone in a world of duality.

It is not done in an organised way, though. Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings has nothing to prove because they know they are as illusionary as anything else in a world of duality. Yet, reading the below ragbag of clips from older unpublished articles, this acknowledgement may help you see what you believe in being is also an illusion.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

This article is not about enlightenment or the reality of oneness, but how to live with the nature of duality because you have chosen duality in place of non-duality. If you want to undo this decision entirely, you must live fully with negative and positive feelings. Fortunately, doing that is easy when you do not see negative feelings as bad but go with the interaction of negativity and positivity like you do with breathing in and out.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You cannot breathe out before you breathe in and vice versa. In other words, you cannot have one without the other. That is how duality works. Everything comes in pairs. If you go with that, you feel complete. But if you try to divide the pairs into separate elements, you feel incomplete.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

To prevent being touched by the natural flow of feelings, you make sure everything in your environment is adjusted to the rules of Feng Shui or another totalitarian system. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The world can be compared to a blindfold on your eyes. Nobody but yourself keeps the blindfold there, and you do it by having specific feelings of the world. Because of that, you cannot bid welcome that which cannot be felt, namely non-duality. When you do not perceive feelings to be specific, the blindfold starts to dissolve.

However, you cannot stop perceiving feelings to be definitive if you do not know them. In many cases, you hide psychological feelings to be accepted by society. And to make a love relationship last, you believe you must favour the attitudes accepted as love in preference to those not approved as loving.

Defending yourself towards specific feelings turns out to be a defence towards all of them. Therefore, since you do not feel anything, you simulate feeling something in the way you are supposed to. If something is so shocking that you are about to touch a genuine feeling, you burst into laughter to distance yourself from going with the flow of emotions, so you can fend off facing you do not love yourself.

To make a long story short: Even though the world only appears real due to feelings, most of them are suppressed and not known by the world. If they were, everybody could undo the feeling of being someone in a capsule of time and space.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Since feelings are heavier than thoughts, they seem to be a hindrance to contact more refined energies. Yet, it is of no help to deny feelings and instead focus on their energies if you want to undo the belief in duality because it is based on feeling it.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When you know you undo fear by not holding back your breath, but you keep doing that, you understand you have chosen to feel frightened. This is all you need to sense to make way for a change. Because when you realise you have made a choice that is bad for you, you set the body free to choose – and it only decides what is best for you. Thus wholly breath starts rolling. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Most suppress negative thoughts because they do not seem to be in their favour when they try to impress their boss or a potential new girl/boyfriend, for example. In other words, most split up the constant interaction of negativity and positivity into elements to be used independently in stories to manipulate others. It is much easier to make others feel good about you when wrapping everything up in stories that distance yourself from negativity.

However, the main reason one suppresses negative thoughts is not because of others but for oneself. You are simply afraid of them. Negative thoughts in one´s childhood can be dangerous to express. In the case of Alexius, in his childhood, he was beaten by his father if he said or did something judged as offensive. So he did not dare to express his negative thoughts about being treated like that because he was afraid they would cause him to be further beaten up. Therefore, to not accidentally voice them, he suppressed them.

But just like the negative pole in electricity is as important as the positive one, you need negative thoughts as much as positive ones in a world of duality. If you suppress the negative ones, you deteriorate, whereas you blossom if you approve of them.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Since that which is you is no different from that which is one, you may vaguely remember there is no more than that which is one. Thus may try to have one lover, one home, one god and so on to fake oneness in a world where there seems to be more than one. However, such a world can only be experienced due to contrasts, so everything comes in pairs. Therefore, since it is impossible to be faithful to only one, you get confused if you insist on singularity.

To walk, you need two legs. And to take one step forward, you must include the past because it is the building stone for your future step. Twofoldness is always the way in a world where there seems to be more than one. If you respect that, you honour to have chosen to believe there is such a world. Thus it can be undone.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You do not breathe in and out to find a balance between expansion and contraction. Neither do you need to find a balance between body and brain. What you need is to let the brain do its thing so you, in a laid-back fashion, can enjoy being someone in a world of duality. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Not facing both up and down, you will be mistaken about yourself. Feeling down without getting the interaction of up and down, you will find you are a freak. Mainly feeling up, and using it to deny feeling down, you fake normality.

But you do not feel neither normal nor abnormal if you go with the interaction of up and down like you go with breathing in and out, as going with the constant interplay of opposites, you are not definitive but relative.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Often a person full of light has relationships with somebody more in the dark. Both probably use the other to see their complementary side. If this is not done unconsciously but consciously, they see the underworld and the overworld in the other.

Since it is easier to see your hidden side in someone that seems separated from you, there is nothing wrong in projecting that onto somebody else. The world is one giant projection anyway, and while you seem to be in such a world, it is much easier to see what you have separated from yourself in others. So go ahead and point your finger at others.

That is the fastest way to bring back home what you have disassociated yourself from. It is quicker than meditation or anything else. Read more about that in The YOU finger and the three ME fingers.

Neither hell nor heaven is part of the world you see. Nevertheless, they are part of duality – and if you want to stop using duality as a cover for non-duality, you must be willing to acknowledge all contrasts that appear to cover that which has no contrast, namely non-duality.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You do not have to perceive yourself as stupid if you stumble over something. Instead, you can laugh about it. To do that you do not suppress the irritation you feel but perceive it as ´it is what it is.´ This reveals annoyance is coupled with calmness. Thus there is no reason to judge yourself as stupid or anything else for that matter. In other words, there does not seem to be something wrong with you when you go with the duality flow.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

All emotional problems are caused by you breaking up the polarity that defines duality. For example, you separate love from hate, so they seem independent of each other, and you, therefore, can have love without hate. But everything comes in pairs of opposites in a world of duality. So splitting them up into separate and distinct elements, you get the loneliness of separation, whereas going with the interaction of opposites, you have the togetherness of twofoldness.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

It´s very easy to choose not to store thoughts, so you are empty, if you don´t have a need to uphold a certain image of yourself.

If you are full of thoughts, you are busy assigning meaning to your experiences. However, none of your experiences means anything. Their only purpose is to entertain you. Being that, there is no need to look for thoughts to explain something. Hence you do not have a bad time. On the contrary, you feel amused. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Suffering comes from the way you have decided to interpret something. Therefore, if you suffer, you have chosen to assign specific experiences with a meaning that makes you suffer.

That is not solved by changing your interpretation but by not insisting it is definitive. This occurs when perceiving your conditioned interpretation as ´it is what it is´ because that reveals it is not on its own. Instead, it is coupled with its counterpart. And since everything comes in pairs in a world of duality, you feel at home when you see your interpretation is twofold.

In other words, if you do not feel at home, your perception of the experiences created by the brain is out of sync. This is not corrected by letting go of the past, living in the now or coming from the heart. Such ideas are concepts of singularity, and all experiences of the brain are dual. Therefore, if your reaction to them is dualistic, you are in sync with the brain.

Fortunately, this is already so. You just hide it by insisting on having a distinct reaction to the experiences created by the brain. This you undo by perceiving your response to the past or now as ´it is what it is.´ That reveals it is not singular but twofold. Thus you feel at home.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

To feel is to separate. Thus you stop separating when you do not insist on feeling something specific. That is simply done by perceiving the meaning you have assigned to something as ´it is what it is.´ That reveals that what you have decided it means is not set in stone. Instead, it is complemented by its counterpart. So if you thought you were sad, it turns out you are happy/sad.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

To feel is to not exists because it takes two to feel something, and life is that which is one. In other words, it is not possible to feel something, but it seems possible to feel something if one imagines being in a world where there seems to be more than one. Can you feel it? Of course, you can. You are reading this. That means you think it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, and you keep this illusion ´real´ by feeling it.

To undo that mistake, first, you acknowledge what you feel. Second, you perceive your reaction to it as ´it is what it is.´ That reveals your response is not singular but twofold. Third, you do not focus on the two elements of your reaction but go with their interaction. By doing that, you are in the duality flow, where you feel so complete that, eventually, you forget to define yourself by duality. Read more about that in hack #4.4 The duality flow goes to non-duality.

The togetherness of twofoldness undoes the separateness of specialness [draft]

CANCELLEX The fake link between immateriality and materiality [DRAFT] ???

´I know what it is´ vs ´it is what it is´ vs ´dunno what it is´ PART 1

Suppose you perceive yourself to be on top of it and know what is going on. In that case, try to perceive you do not understand what is going on. Then see which of the perceptions make the body relax. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

In most cases, you do not have to read Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings in a particular order. But in the case of this article, you may benefit from having read hack #4.1 The basic self versus the special one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When the brain´s script is perceived as ´it is what it is,´ your feelings are not excluded but included. This perception, therefore, is not a way to the dullness of detachment but the vitality of involvement. It is as close as one can get to the nothingness from where the brain has scripted its story of duality while still appearing to be somebody. Not as close though as the perception ´dunno what it is,´ because it exposes all experiences of something as nothing.

That is why you get the bliss of nothing from perceiving an experience as ´dunno what it is,´ whereas you get the sadness of something from ´I know what it is,´ and the happiness of duality from ´it is what it is

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The stories the special self makes up about its greatness are not always consistent. Thus it often feels disorganised and wishes to be like those it perceives as organised. On the other hand, the basic self has no need to be anything other than in sync with the stream of thoughts coming from the brain by perceiving its reaction to the flow as ´it is what it is.´

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When experiences are perceived as ´it is what it is,´ there is no need to make something go away. But when the perception is ´I know what it is,´ everything unknown must be avoided to keep the feeling on top of it.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

It feels like something is missing when you perceive your reaction to an experience as ´I know what it is,´ as the perception is based on excluding what you cannot explain. Instead, if an experience is perceived as ´it is what it is,´ you feel complete because this perception is all-inclusive. The perception, ´dunno what it is,´ nor exclude or include something. Thus you are in the bliss of nothing.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The special self does not want to perceive the experience of itself as ´it is what it is.´ Instead, it wants to change it into something imagined to make itself more beautiful than others, even though it feels ugly. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The basic self and the special one are bound to follow the GPS coordinates it gets from the brain without making any side trips of their own. They do not have the power to change the journey – only how to perceive it. Their perception of that, though, is very different. The basic self basically perceives everything as ´it is what it is,´ and the special one as ´I know what it is.´

That is why it is easy for the basic self to be someone and hard work for the special one. It has to make a special perception of each experience, reflecting that ´I know what it is

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Only the brain can make you feel good enough because nobody else knows what you are. To get its approval, all you need is to perceive your reaction to the experience it processes of you in a world where there seems to be more than one as ´it is what it is´. Actually, you do not even have to do that. If you do not try to interfere in the brain’s workings, it automatically makes this perception.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You feel happy when your reaction to the experience the brain makes for you is perceived as ´it is what it is´ because that reveals it is twofold, wherefore you are in sync with the brain´s script of duality.

But suppose you, in an attempt to be free and independent of the brain, make a perception of your response based upon the concepts of capitalism, socialism or spiritualism, for example. In that case, you are out of sync with the brain and thus the world because your experience of it is produced by the brain. Hence everything appears to be very complicated and not straightforward, as if your reaction is perceived as ´it is what it is

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Since making a specific perception takes a long time, it can be delayed and, consequently, out of sync with the present moment. The frustration that this entails only worsens if you try to solve it by using more time to process your experience. In contrast, using the brain´s default perception, ´it is what it is,´ you are in sync with the present moment. Hence everything feels good.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

What is Wincent thinking about? Alexius cannot really know, but he becomes stressed from trying to make it true if he reckons that he does. But, on the other hand, if he perceives his reaction to Wincent as´ it is what it is,´ there is nothing to prove and thus no stress. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

For many years of Alexius´cats, called Wincent, has more or less had the same routine. Every morning, he leaves the house very early and comes back when Alexius is still in bed. First, Wincent says something. Then he lays down next to Alexius and waits for him to get out of bed and give him some food. At least that is the obvious conclusion to take based on the past because as soon as Alexius takes the first step out of bed, Wincent runs out in the kitchen where he, with big eyes, sits and waits for Alexius to give him food.

If Alexius, therefore, believes he knows what is going on, he goes from the perception of the basic self, which is ´it is what it is,´ to the perception of the special self, ´I know what it is.´ Doing that, he most likely stresses to get out of bed and feed his beloved cat, although this is not going to happen any sooner than if he as the basic self had perceived ´it is what it is´ because the brain´s script runs its course, no matter how he perceives it.

In other words, when you stick to the perception of the basic self, your life seems to be taken care of, and you can relax. But having the perception of the special self, you feel stressed because you believe you are in charge of your life.

There is a third option, to become selfless. This is brought about when you choose the perception ´dunno what it is´ because it brings you in a state of not knowing.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When your reaction to something in the body is perceived as ´it is what it is,´ there is not something specific to bother or amuse you. Hence you are free to go with the flow of thoughts as it comes from the brain. In other words, you are in the happiness that comes from being synced with the brain´s script.

But when you perceive what you feel in the body as ´I know what it is,´ you are not in sync with the flow of thoughts as it goes ahead, as nothing in the brain´s script of duality is definitive. Everything comes in pairs of opposites. So being specific, you are in the misery of being someone definitive who claims to know something specific.

If how you react to something in the body is perceived as ´dunno what it is,´ you are not in the misery of being out of sync with the brain´s script because you do not know of a body that feels something. Consequently, you are in the bliss of nothing.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

If what you do is not making you feel good, it does not indicate that you should do something else but be aligned with what you do. This you become if you perceive your reaction to it as ´it is what it isPhoto © Alexius Jorgensen.

The basic self does not perceive triumph and disaster to be equally entertaining. Yet, this is precisely what they are if one of them is perceived as ´ it is what it is´ because it reveals there is no triumph without disaster and vice versa.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The special self constructs a perception of every experience, so it does not seem to endanger its default assumption, ´I know what it is.´ Hence it can go on believing it is in control. But since that is a lie, it is bound to suffer emotionally, mentally and physically.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You do not try to be someone definitive in a dream but naturally, go with the flow. And if you, in retrospect, do not try to arrange your memories of a dream, so it seems coherent and meaningful, you are ready to remain in a state of constant change instead of being someone definitive.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The basic self does not assume something will go on in a specific way because every experience is perceived as ´it is what it is.´ Thus getting old and unable to do the things you were used to doing is not a loss.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When every feeling is perceived as ´it is what it is,´ no emotion needs to be escaped. Thus you are at peace.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Since the perception, ´it is what it is,´ arises from not focusing on something specific, the technique for the taste of life will get you there if used gently. Applied more passionately, you get the perception ´dunno what it is.´ See Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Nobody, nor Alexius, is solely the basic self. The special self will exploit the innocence of the basic self if it does not appear to be in the game of being special. Fortunately, none of this matters to the basic self because it perceives its reaction to everything as ´it is what it is.´ Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If you perceive a movie as cheap because it uses furniture from Ikea, you are probably out of sync with the plot. Hence it does not seem entertaining, which it does when your perception is in sync with the story. This, however, does not mean you must do something about your condemnation of Ikea to get in sync with the script of the movie. All you need is to perceive your reaction to the furniture from Ikea as ´it is what it is.´ Doing that, it is revealed to be twofold, wherefore there is not a specific response to prevent you from being in sync. Hence both the script and your misperception of it seems enjoyable. Likewise, when you perceive your reaction to the brain´s manuscript as ´it is what it is

If you internally or externally had reacted to the movie as indicated by the director´s use of dramatic music, for example, you would automatically be in sync with the plot and feel entertained by it. The same applies to the brain´s script. Not perceiving your reaction to it as ´I know what it is but ´it is what it is,´ you are in sync with its ups and downs. Thus you feel them equally entertaining.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

And nobody can remain in a state of not-knowing for more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, at a time if they want to continue as someone substantial in a tangible world. Read more about the duration of a state of not-knowing in the article To be in sync with the natural flow of thoughts

Roughly speaking, the perception of the special self is ´I know what it is´. In contrast, the basic self sticks to the perception automatically generated by the brain, which basically says ´it is what it is.´ The non-self in a state of not-knowing simply says ´dunno what it is´ because it does not perceive the apparent differences in the experiences produced by the brain to make a difference.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When the perception of your response to an experience created by the brain is ´I know what it is,´ you feel important but also exhausted because much energy is required to uphold this perception. Hence the special self always needs more power, whereas the basic self needs nothing for its perception ´it is what it is.´ So even though it is dependent on the brain, it feels free.

Science says what we seem to feel and see consist of 99.9999999 per cent empty space. And the rest, despite it also is empty space and just like a dream does not contain anything substantial, is what we perceive as elements of matter making up a tangible world.

If the basic self changes its perception to ´dunno what it is,´ no definitions hold it back from seeing, it is nothing twisted by the brain into something, wherefore it is nobody in the bliss of nothing. You can read about this state of not-knowing in the below hacks

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The basic self is in sync with the brain´s script, which contains every possible experience. Hence the basic self is in the past as well as the future and everywhere else but the formlessness of oneness because it cannot be experienced.

Being everywhere but in that which is one, the basic self is nowhere. Thus all it needs to cross the apparent barrier to that which is one is not choosing to do this or anything else because only in a world where there seems to be more than one can you choose to cross something.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

NOTE: This article is part of hack #4.2 The brain´s script and how to perceive it to feel happy.

Meditation, the basic & special self

To define something as small, it must be contrasted by something tall. The special self, however, always tries to exclude one side of a contrast. For example, it wants love but not hate and positivity but not negativity. Thus the special self, therefore, excludes hate and negativity from itself by projecting it on others. But as you cannot experience one side of a contrast without the other, you exclude love and positivity when you exclude hate and negativity. So if you perceive to be free from hatred, the love you believe to experience is fake. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The function of the brain is to create entertaining thoughts for the self that it has fabricated. Therefore, if thoughts do not seem to please but frustrate the self, its consciousness most likely perceives the flow of them so it appears to comply with theoretical concepts of capitalism, socialism, spiritualism or another ism meant to make the self feel there is something better than the natural flow of thoughts from the brain.

But since this perception is founded on a particular belief system, it is restricted by its concepts. And since self-discipline does not make you feel delighted but sad, you neither get the fulfilment your belief system promises to deliver. Instead, you get stress and confusion – especially because the thoughts you have compiled to keep your perception in line with your belief system do not like your manipulation. Hence, they move faster and faster to escape your domination.

No worries, if you do not try to stop this restless energy, it automatically ignites a take-off into the empty breath, where the slate is wiped clean for all misperceptions. Read more about that in hack #5.3 ´The empty breath´ and the bliss of not believing to be someone. Hence, only one perception left, namely the one that makes you happy because it is in sync with the experiences the brain produces of a world outside of you. Fortunately, you do not have to compose it yourself. The brain does that automatically when you do not interfere with it. Read more about that in hack #4.2 The brain´s script and how to perceive it to feel happy.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The special self likes to believe that manipulating thoughts into visualising something specific makes it happen. This idea makes it appear to be in control of its life.

But it is like thinking the TV show you turn on by hitting the remote control is made by you. Somebody else has made the show, and the only thing you can change is your perception of it. This is also how the basic self has been transformed into a special self, namely by perceiving the basic self so that it seems to have become an independent being in charge of its own life.

But the special self needs constant approval from others to feel this is so. To get that, it often establishes a family, which can be manipulated into giving it the confirmation it needs. If that does not work as intended, the special self may pay money to a psychologist who will ratify its uniqueness. Still, it does not realise how dependent it is on those supporting its perception of being independent.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Having established itself as someone in charge of its own life, the special self needs to meditate or something else that seems to make it able to control thoughts to fool itself into believing that thoughts are not produced by the brain but itself. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Since the basic self is relative to the experiences created by the brain (read more about that here), it is not someone definitive. Thus the inexact flow of thoughts coming from the brain seems natural. But the special self thinks it does not make sense because it wants to be someone definitive.

To distance itself from the brain, it composes a perception in which the basic self seems to have been transformed into a being independent of the brain. However, this twisted perception calls for more thoughts than those few the brain has available to make a perception aligned with the basic self. Thus, the special self meditates to generate more thoughts.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Those who perceive themselves as unique beings with the power to do things in their own way and pace need many thoughts to justify this twisted perception. However, the movement of all these thoughts soon becomes so hectic that they try to slow them down via meditation.

That is the official reason. But as anybody who has meditated knows, thoughts multiply when trying to control them. And that is the real reason for meditating because many thoughts are needed to construct an appearance of being unique.

 ∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The basic self does not feel disturbed by the flow of thoughts that come from the brain. On the contrary, it loves this quiet flow because it makes it able to serve the brain in a laid-back way. But the special self who want to be the master of the brain feels troubled by thoughts. However, the thoughts from the brain are few.

The frantic flow of thoughts, the special self experiences, has been generated by itself. It has multiplied the simple flow, the brain develops to maintain a basic itself into a large group of thoughts from where it can compose a perception of itself as an independent. Read more about that here. Then, when it needs a break from the multitudes of thoughts, it looks for something mind-numbing like alcohol, drugs or a mantra.

Should it really manage to relax, it feels horrified because, without all the special thoughts it has generated, the image of being in control falls apart. Thus there is no self-deception to hide that being someone you are dependent on, the brain, which depends on you to confirm its experiences as real. However, not fighting this interdependence, there is nothing to hide, all the brain´s experiences of you as someone in a capsule of time and space are as unreal as you being someone in a video game. Therefore, appearing to be in a world defined by time and space feels as entertaining as playing a game.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The special self feels dominated by the natural flow of thoughts coming from the brain. But it is dominated by nothing other than its perception of the flow. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The brain works like nature. Therefore, serving it, you also have fun throwing seeds here and everywhere without worrying about the outcome. But those who believe to be in charge of themselves think much about the result of their actions. They want to get as much as possible for as little as possible (read more about that here). Hence they organise the seeds in straight lines, which results in much profit but no fun. Some solve that by buying things that make them happy, and others try to find something spiritual inside them to feel good. But the way to feel good is to serve the brain because it has created you to do that.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When you are scripted by the brain to feel sexual lust, you will feel horny no matter what you do. However, you will not enjoy your passion if you try to suppress it through meditation or tantra sex. Read more about sex here.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

If you perceive yourself to be detached from the experiences you seem to have, you fool yourself because you need them to prove this.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When you try to solve absent-mindedness by mindfulness meditation or grounding exercises, you make it worse because you do not know how to take care of yourself. Only your maker knows that. And since it is the brain, the solution, in the context of believing to be someone, is to be aligned with the stream of thoughts coming from the brain instead of using meditation to distance yourself from the stream of thoughts.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Mindfulness is for those who cannot help exploiting others – just like in ancient times, meditation was introduced to the barbarians seeking shelter in Ashrams, so they could learn to control themselves and not abuse others.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The basic self enjoys being aware of itself as someone substantial by continually perceiving the experiences the brain produces as tangible. However, if it twists its perception of these experiences, so they seem to be spiritual, for example, they are not perceived as they are but how the self thinks they should be. Consequently, the self disassociates itself from the brain and thus itself, since what and where it appears to be is a product of the brain.

In other words, the self´s perceived independence of the brain is a disassociation from itself. And every act that the self perceives to do in its own way and pace deepens the alienation. That is why meditating to become purer, higher or whatnot enhances the feeling of remoteness instead of closeness. Thus you do not get the joy of appearing to be someone substantial in a tangible world, nor do you get around to undo the belief that being definable is real because that is suppressed by the imagination of being spiritual.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The special self needs alcohol, drugs, meditation or something else mind-numbing to escape the fear of repercussion that its control entails. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Since it is impossible to alter the stream of thoughts that the brain produces to uphold the basic self it has created, the consciousness that the brain has installed in it make a perception of the stream that establishes itself as the maker of it. Then, like a god, it says, »This is my creation.« And Bam! The world, as it perceives it, appears to manifest. Next, it says, »I am an independent being.´ And Bam! The perception is ratified as a fact.

Third, it builds a character with a few flaws, so it always has something to improve through meditation, Tai Chi or something else that makes it seem to be in control and thus able to be and have something specific. This makes it feel unique but not satisfied because it is all on its own.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The sun seems to go up and down regardless of what you think. Likewise, you go up and down no matter what you think. You only hang onto some thoughts, such as »I better do this now,« to appear as if in control. If you do not desire to be in charge you would not do this. Consequently, you have no need to get rid of thoughts through meditation and whatnot.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The basic self has no need to relax or transform itself through meditation, yoga, fitness and whatnot. On the contrary, since its perception is in sync with the stream of thoughts that come from the brain, it is rewarded with shots of happiness. And since this regularly makes it forget to remember being somebody, it knows there is nothing to transform.

On the other hand, the special self never forgets to remember being somebody. It is always on a mission to become more and be part of something greater. But since that never turns out as expected, it settles for following a guru or something else that seems to improve its social status.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

If you need to relax, you are on a mission to be someone definitive. To achieve that, you make a perception of the stream of thoughts coming from the brain where thoughts perceived as upsetting have been excluded. However, this does not result in peace but fear of the repressed. Not trying to edit the ever-changing flow of thoughts but perceiving it as ´it is what it is,´ you are not someone definitive but relative to the present experience produced by the brain. Thus hating what you dislike feels just as exciting as loving what you like. Hence there is no need to relax.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Nothing appears to be good enough for the special self because it interprets the noise in its head as a voice whispering, ´there must be more.´ This is also the voice it follows when it meditates to find more peace. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The special self always looks for something to fix what it perceives as wrong. But it objects to the solution that would fix everything immediately, namely not perceiving the brain as an enemy but a friend (read more about that here). By doing that, everybody becomes a friend because the experience of somebody is produced by the brain.

Ultimately speaking, the solution is to undo the belief in being someone who experiences something. As this is the end of being anything, the special self avoids it by meditating or something else that seems to confirm it exists.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

If you perceive the brains basic rendering of you as someone in a capsule of time and space to be a bit boring, the special self sets in by offering you more exotic ways of perceiving it, for example, by coming from the heart (read more about that here), living in the now or having direct experiences.

But since all experiences – no matter where you believe they come from or how they seem to be experienced – are a construction of thoughts (read more about that here) fabricated by the brain, the perception of having such special experiences is nothing but a reconstruction of the thoughts made by the brain.

However, this reconstruction does not work because it is not in tune with the brain´s rendering of you in a capsule of time and space. The experience the brain creates of the present consist of all thoughts popping up now, including those of the past and the future. When in sync with the whole bunch, every moment feels perfect. See hack #3.1 Every moment is the perfect moment.

But this is not how it feels if you eliminate some of those thoughts so you can adjust to concepts like coming from the heart, living in the now or having direct experiences. This makes you feel disconnected. The same applies when you try to follow a plan.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The self, that the brain has fabricated from nothing (read more about that here) and continuously administer so it appears to be something, feels restricted when it imagines the freedom it could have if not managed by the brain but itself. But the self cannot be changed, only the perception of it. So no matter how you perceive yourself, you are still the same self that the brain has created and managel.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

It is foolish to think you are someone in a video game just because it seems to make you feel something. Whatever you believe in feeling is based on your interpretation of computer-generated events. In other words, what you feel is made by you. The same applies to what you feel in the world where you believe to read this. If you feel good about it, it is because you choose to interpret it so you feel this way. It is also make-believe if what you read makes you angry. You get this feeling because you have chosen to perceive this article in a way that makes you upset. Thus it is your choice whether you feel good or angry.

It is also your own doing to conclude that a god, higher consciousness or whatnot is making the world where you believe to be. There is neither god nor you, as that requires more than one, and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

NOTES:

The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be found in a world where there seems to be more than one, but glimpses of it can

Even though in a dream you may sense, that it´s a dream, you can only see the dream. The dream must be terminated to see the dreamer.

Even though you as an appearance in a dream may sense, it is not real, you cannot see what is real. You can only see the dream and not the one dreaming it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
Gurus and others talking about silence, inner peace and bliss are trying to seduce you into believing, that they know how to find shelter from the world – or how to transcend it. But how can they claim, there is something to find in a world, they also say is an illusion or a dream? Everything found in a dream is of course equally illusionary, no matter if it seems to be found inside or outside of an appearance there or whether it is judged to be pure or whatnot.

Although the dreamer cannot be seen in the dream, everything in it symbolises the dreamer
The foundation of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings is that a world where there seems to be more than one is to be compared to a dream or a movie – in other words, it is an illusion! This is possible to sense, just like when you – within the illusion of a world where there seems to be more than one – have a dream and for a moment since it is not real.

Regardless the distances and the apparent different persons in a dream, there are no distances and no differences at all. Everything is in the dreamer, so no matter where you appear to be in the dream you are with the dreamer. It is only the belief in its realty, that separates you from each other.

This does not mean, that you in such a moment see what is real, but that you sense the unreality of a world where there seems to be more than one. What is real you cannot see, as there is nothing real in an illusion, no matter what you seem to think, feel experience or read – included Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. But if can you sense, what you think is you is nothing but a fleeting appearance be in a dream, it is likely that the dreamer of it is real.

Reality though is not something definitive. It is formless and much more energetic than you can ever imagine in the dream of a world defined by time and space. Millions of atomic bombs exploding at one time are nothing compared to the formless energy of that which is one.

It is one perpetual present at an unimaginable speed – so fast that there is no difference to see and nobody has the time to see anything. That is why nothing is happening in the formlessness of oneness. See A world where there seems to be more than one is to be compared to a movie of that which is one played in slow motion.

Alexius is speaking from vague memories of the enlightenment of that which is one, where the dream of a world defined by time and space is no more and therefore neither Alexius to experience something. That is why – apart from the certainty that there is no more than that which is one and therefore not a world where there seems to be more than one – he only has vague memories of it.

There seems to be separate appearances to be defined by time and space in the dream called The World. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If you seem to see separated appearances defined by time and space, you see what you think you are, namely someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. In other words, your belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, fences of the formlessness of oneness.  Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If you experience or are aware of something, you are either unreal or hallucinating
The experience of seeing something can only occur in a world, where there seems to be more than one. In such a world one perpetual present seems to be hidden behind the idea of linear time, as it gives the impression, there is a continuous flow of endless events with each their own past and a future.

Reality is that which is one. There is neither nothing inside or outside, as that requires more than one.

Selected fragments of this flow some gurus want you to freeze and uphold as if it is a state of peace or stillness, but just like everything else in a world where there seem to be more than one these states are based on excluding something upsetting or disturbing.

In other words, as they are based on the belief in separation, they exclude the only peace and stillness there is, namely the formlessness of oneness, which has no disturbances, as it takes more than one to be disturbed by something. So if you are feeling disturbed or feeling anything at all, you are either unreal or hallucinating.

The enlightenment of that which is one versus glimpses of it
The enlightenment of that which is one is a moment, that starts in the dream of a world where there seems to be more than one. Yet in the exact same moment, the dream is over. As that which is you were not in the dream, it is not awakening to a new awareness. On the contrary, there is no awareness of anything, neither that you seemed to have believed being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, as that requires more than one. There is just one bright light – so intense that there is nothing to see and therefore nothing to be.

stock-illustration-95146555-enso-circular-brush-stroke-japanese-zen-circle-calligraphy-n-7-

The enlightenment of that which is one sucks you through a black hole, that starts like a zen circle, except the ´drawing´ of it starts off from the top going extremely quickly in both directions at the same time with a brush like a stroke at both of the ends like in this image. When they meet, an extremely bright light – neither opaque or transparent – explodes out of it while extracting the thought construction you identify to be you, so that there is nothing to suck into the black hole. But the two strokes making the black hole will not meet if you have registered them as for example moving black strokes looking like a zen sign, because you are comparing it to the past and so you go back there. In other words, the black hole is not completed and you are back in a world where there seems to be more than one. From this follows that this description is a mix of my vague memories of the enlightenment of that which is one and my many glimpses it, that stops with the forming of the circle around the black hole. You are probably better off by forgetting all about this if you want to go, where nobody can go. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The light is there to suck what has been stripped free of the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one through a black hole into that which is one. That is if there are no leftovers of this belief because if there is, you will think that you see something and therefore return to a world where there seems to be more than one, because only in such a world can something be experienced to be seen by somebody.

In other words, if it is perceived as if there is something definable in the enlightenment of that which is one, you will again appear to be someone definitive in a world defined by time and space.

Those who have exciting enlightenment experiences to tell about have held onto the belief in being someone definitive and therefore not as nobody been sucked through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one, so what they have experienced is a glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one.

Glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one can be experienced by seeing, hearing, feeling or tasting it. But as it requires more than one to experience something, the glimpses are not the enlightenment of that which is one.

From from the perspective of a world defined by time and space the enlightenment of that which is one leads to nothing, because there is not something to see, and therefore nothing to define you as someone definitive. That which is one has no perspective, as it requires more than one to have something.

For someone who is fed up with appearing to be someone definitive, it is frustrating to only have glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, but for those who love to appear as someone special, it is perfect, because the glimpses can be used to pump up the specialness by lecturing or writing books about the experience of a vast empty space full of pure consciousness, love, bliss or whatever the glimpses are interpreted to reveal.

But it has nothing to do with the enlightenment of that which is one because only someone definitive can be full of pure consciousness, love, bliss or anything else.

The rogue consciousness of the self* likes to give the impression, that it can help you get more, whether in a so-called spiritual or materialistic way. Yet you never get anything but the need for even more. This need, however, you already had. It was because of that, you believed to be someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, so it seems, that although that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

PART 2:
Someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, as well as someone who is not, knows nothing. Those not to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, however, do their best to act as if they know a lot, whereas someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one has no such need, as the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one is not perceived to make a difference, and so there is nothing to know – except of course that there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one.

So whether you think, that you know, why it is raining, why you or somebody else do this or that, what you think you know is an illusion, as it takes more than one to know something and the formlessness of that which is one is everything, because what is formless is endless.

From this follows that to love or help somebody, just like everything else in a world where there seems to be more than one, is an illusion, and therefore not an attribute of that which is one.

Nothing that requires more than one is an attribute of oneness. In other words, love and whatnot only seem to be possible in a world where there seems to be more than one. Believing to be someone in such a world, however, can be useful in regard to having the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one undone. That is if this is the purpose of using them. See hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation or hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life or hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is completeness or hack #7 ´Alone together´ is the key to that which is one.

In a world of linear time, this appears to takes time. In the process, however, Alexius´ Duality Hacks will enable you to enjoy the illusion of that while having the belief that you are someone enjoying something undone. This does not apply to hack #6.1 From the inward-facing senses through a black hole into that which is one, as there is nothing to enjoy in the fastest way possible to have the belief in being someone undone, namely the enlightenment of that which is one because it takes more than one to enjoy anything. Besides, the enlightenment of that which is one takes no time, as there is no time in that which is one.

All that being said about ways, the formlessness of that which is one is everything, because what is formless is endless. Hence a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion, including any way out of it. So to fully undo the belief in such a world, the way you appear to go must be undone as well.

A person cannot bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one. But a person can momentarily forget what and where it appears to be so that there is not something definable to hide the formlessness of that which is one. If a person just partly forgets what and where it appears to be, the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be bid welcome. Yet such a person may have glimpses of it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

EPILOGUE:
Who is looking for food but those with an empty stomach. And who is looking for enlightenment, but those who feel empty. Unfortunately most try to fill this emptiness with something of a pleasurable nature like for example bliss. But nothing can fill this emptiness, because it is a fantasy based on the belief, that you are someone specific in a world defined by time and space, and that which is you is the formlessness of oneness, so that is not possible.

That is why you are bound to feel empty if believed to be someone specific. The solution to feeling empty is therefore not to fill up the emptiness but to undo the belief in being someone definitive.

An enlightened (in the sense of the enlightenment of that which is one) never ask ´who am I?´, because there is no doubt there is no more than that which is one and therefore not a world where there seems to be more than one – regardless it appears to be astral and whatnot. Consequently the enlightened has no need for communities, discussions, so-called interesting exchanges or dialogues, sending love or anything else to make it appear as if there is someone specific there. Someone compared to the enlightenment of that which is one does not believe but pretend to be someone.

NOTES:

Last night I died from the world again

The transmission from outer to inner senses is not gradually but very abrupt and it can seem frightening in the moment you sense the world, as you know it, is gonna be erased. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The total transmission from the outer to the inward-facing senses is not gradual but very abrupt, and it can seem frightening at the moment where you sense that nothing definable will make it through this transition. You and the world, as you know it, is gonna be eradicated just like that. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Just like we have senses to see, hear, feel, smell and taste a world experienced to be outside of us, we have similar ones to sense an inner realm. To use the inward-facing senses, or go beyond the senses we normally use, namely, the outer ones, they must be more or less turned off. Here you can read more about what and where the inward and outward-facing senses are.

The more you do not focus on something specific in the world, that the outward-facing senses seem to produce, the more they are closing down and the less you see a definable world. To be completely defocused for a moment feels like you die from the world of the outward-facing senses. This might be why the New Testament says that St. Paul died daily.

A complete transition from the outward-facing senses to the inner ones can be very uncomfortable. Some choose to die instead of going through this phase. But the most fight to remain as a person in the world experienced by the outward-facing senses, as that is where they consider life to be.

Vomiting is a way to stop frightening feelings from coming up
Psychologically speaking it is said, that when suppressed feelings are about to surface, some unconsciously choose to vomit instead of facing them. It is a bit the same in the total transition from outer to inward-facing senses, in the sense that part of you are afraid of the unknown and try avoiding it by doing something very physical like vomiting.

But it is best to avoid vomiting in the phase of the total transition from outer to inward-facing senses, and instead face the extreme discomfort by including it precisely as it is without trying to understand or embrace it, so you are what is in the moment and nothing else. Then it is over. It might be easier said than done, and it probably takes a long time to pass the apparent discomfort.

At a very young age when one of my inward-facing senses opened, the outer ones were fully turned off, so there was nothing to block out the enlightenment of that which is one. I had been driving a taxi for 15 hours and was exhausted to the extent that I confused traffic lights for customers trying to hire a cab.

When I finally returned home from work, there was no energy left to fight the inner sense called the third eye to open up and burn away everything that appeared to be Alexius in a world where there seems to be more than one, so that there was no belief in something definable to hide there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one.

ice-experience-2

In deep sleep or big exhaustion, you do not sense apparent differences to make a difference, which is the invitation, the enlightenment of that which is one is waiting for. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Deep, deep sleep
The inward-facing senses are like the outer ones in the way, that if one of them is intensely used, the other ones seem to be somewhere in the background. In other words, one sense dominates at a time. For me, it was the most known of the inward-facing senses, that dominated, when the inward-facing senses opened up, namely the ability to ´see´ light. Not a light though that can be compared to anything you can see with the two eyes of the outward-facing senses.

The Bhagavad Gita compares this light to light from thousands of suns, but I would not do that. To compare it to something is to say, there is something to see, that can be defined by time and space. It is not a light that illuminates something. There is nothing to see – not even light because there is no consciousness of being someone. There is just light and nothing else.

Soon after I bid welcome the visual aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one, the inner ear opened with ethereal harmonies sounding like bells but in a lot crisper and softer way than the mundane ones. Regarding the opening of the inner eye, I had no discomfort in the transition. Guess I was too exhausted to fight the opening of it. Speaking of the opening of the inner ear, I think it happened in what Buddha called deep sleep.

If you sleep very, very deep, the concept of an ´I´, that experience something, is gone, and so there is nobody to fight the flow. It was in such a profound sleep that my inner ear opened up just like that.

The focus and concentration needed to read books enhances the belief in being and having something specific, contrary to defocusing that initiates the flow towards the formlessness of oneness.

The above is not much of an explanation of the deep sleep, but as I have not read the Buddhist statements, which are probably full of fancy names for levels and whatnot, all I know is from deep sleeping myself – or rather not doing it, as there is nobody there. That is why all I have are vague memories.

Always on the run from something to something better, so that you do not see, that which is you is the best. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The desire to escape that which is one is the reason, you must belief it is possible to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, so you appear to be and have more than another one. Escape is so deeply rooted in the belief system, that it governs everything you seem to do.

Even if you change your mind and want oneness instead of separation, you still think you need to escape the enlightenment of that which is one. That is until you realise, it is yourself that you want to escape, because that which is you is no different from that which is one.

Tasting the sweetness of that which is one
To taste the sweetness of that which is one, which is like a flavour of milk and honey with a hint of liquorice or sometimes strawberry was not without discomfort for me. My body acted like it had been attacked by something dangerous and panicked by making vomit reflexes. But when I did not try to escape it, the panic turned out to be a lid on a jug of a smoothie-like texture, that in some scriptures are called the nectar of life.

This is very much told in retrospect because as the enlightenment as that which is one cannot be experienced, this aspect of it is rather the tastelessness of nothingness. It was not after having had several glimpses of this aspect, which is an experience of a transparent sweet smoothie-like flavour, that I realised I must have bid welcome this aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one because I had a memory of this taste in its extreme and most pure form, namely the tasteless formlessness of that which is one.

When the biological system of the body does not function anymore, the world of the outward-facing senses cannot be experienced. For almost half an hour, however, you remain in the world of the inward-facing senses, and as it is only in the world of the outward-facing senses the belief in being someone specific can be upheld, nobody is dying. That is if you do not fight the world of the inward-facing senses by holding onto something specific, that reminds you of something in the world of the outward-facing senses.

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

In that which is one you are not anything at all, not even the bubbling sense of oneness There is not someone to experience it, as that would require more than one. This does not mean, that you are gone, because that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one. What is gone is that which is not you, namely someone tangible who appears to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Last night I finally died from the outer sense of feeling a tangible world
The inner sense of feeling has not been easy for me to get in touch with. It took many years of discomfort, vomiting, being hospitalised and at times losing the ability to balance – just to mention a few of the unsettling things, I have encountered as a person in the world getting closer to this inner sense.

Reading this article later I can tell all memories of discomfort is gone. So do not worry, choosing to go with the flow of the inward-facing senses, you are going to be fine.

But last night in a very deep sleep I got so close, that I completely died from the outer sense of feeling a world defined by past experiences. In other words, the belief in being Alexius was momentarily undone, so that the enlightenment of that which is one was bid welcome – not in a visual but emotional way though. First, there was discomfort from not feeling my body being separated from the bed. It was as if everything was electric and full of tiny bubbles.

Next, it turned into one feeling of nothingness, in the sense that there was nothing tangible – neither Alexius. Calling it a feeling is not entirely correct, because there is nobody to feel it … and nobody to remember it. In other words, what I am writing is based on vague memories, that I seem to be able to pick up from what feels like very far away and yet right here.

I remember, it was not like in a world defined by time and space, where there seem to be different events happening in sequences of time. There was no time. Everything was happening simultaneously.

It was one perpetual present and still is. This, however, cannot be described in a world of linear time, so it seems as if it happened in the past. Yet there was and is no difference between that which I am and the non-tangible feeling of one eternal presence of nothing but sizeless bubbles. This should not be understood that I am in a state like that in a world where there seems to be more than one, but that I know I am not there, because there is no more than that which is one.

Until that night I only had glimpses of the emotional aspect of that which is one, which is to emotionally experience the vibration that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises. The feeling of this vibration can be compared to the feeling you have in the body when quickly drinking the bubbles from a Coca-Cola, or from sensing the purring of a cat. If you want to learn how to feel and hear this vibration check, the article Life has no secrets.

How to activate glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, you can read about in the article Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment.

If you see something in this pic, there´s duality.

If you see something in this image, you believe it is possible to be and have more than that which is one and use what you define seeing to fence off the undefinable formlessness of that which is one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Back in a world where there seems to be more than one
To leave the enlightenment of that which is one and reappear as a person in the world of the outward-facing senses, all that is needed is to perceive something, as this is based on separation. I remember from years ago, when I came back from my first intense glimpse of the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises, there had been a wish to live as opposed to dying. Such a contrast – or any other for that matter – is only applicable in a world where there seems to be more than one, so again Alexius appeared to be there.

To experience the enlightenment of that which is one, there must be someone to experience it, but that is not possible, as it takes more than one to experience something. Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings therefore discerns between the enlightenment of that which is one, which cannot be experienced, and glimpses of it, which is an experience of it, that is comparable to watching a movie trailer, that is just a sample of the whole movie.

Any experience is an illusion, as it takes more than one to experience something and there is no more than that which is one
The outer and inward-facing senses are two sides of the same coin – that is why it is easy to shift between them and also why they both are part of a world where there seems to be more than one. In other words, the glimpses of enlightenment that can be experienced via the inward-facing senses are not the ultimate reality. Well, actually, nothing is.

As a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion, there is nothing to wake up from and nothing ultimate to come back to. If there was, a world where there seems to be more than one would not be an illusion. Consequently, this article is as illusionary as a street sign pointing towards for example New York. It is just a pointer, and not what it is pointing towards.

We all know, the world presented to us in a set of virtual reality glasses is not real. Yet most have forgotten, that neither is the world presented to us by the senses. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

We all know, the world presented to us in a set of virtual reality glasses is not real. Yet most have forgotten, that neither is the world presented to us by the senses. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

We all know, that within the framework of a world where there seems to be more than one, the world simulated in virtual reality glasses is not real, and that when you take off the glasses, everything that appeared to be in the virtual world disappears, so that is not something to disturb you from seeing what is supposed to be the real world.

The world of the inward-facing senses with glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one shows us the same is true in regard to the world that is experienced with the outward-facing senses because it fades out the more the outward-facing senses are turned inwards towards.

When the enlightenment of that which is one is bid welcome, there is nothing to experience, as it takes more than one to experience something.

But the experience of this inner world** full of lucid light, ethereal music, sweet nectar or bubbles of nothingness disappears, if the outward-facing senses are completely closed off, as the contrasts, that glimpses of enlightenment seem to be made off, will dissolve, so there are no glimpses to experience, neither somebody specific to experience them – and therefore not something to hide, there is nothing but one perpetual present.

Please do not take the expression in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings about an inner and outer world too literal. It should not be understood as there is a world inside of you. There is nothing inside or outside of you. The inner world simply refers to something, that it is not experienced to be in the world, you perceive to be outside of you.

From the perspective of a world where oneness is divided into more than one, there is literally nothing in that which is one. But from the standpoint of oneness – though no such thing is possible, as it requires more than one to have a view of something – there is everything in that which one, as it is formless and therefore never ends.

Kind regards
Alexius

NOTE ABOUT DYING FROM THE WORLD OF THE OUTWARD-FACING SENSES
To die from the outward-facing senses and return to them again can be compared to rebooting a computer. You feel like a blank slate when coming back. The transition though of leaving the imagination of a world where there seems to be more than one and going where you cannot go, namely where there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one, can be full of fear and discomfort, and that there is a chance, you will not make it back to a world where there seems to be more than one with a sane mind. There are no guarantees.

NOTE ABOUT MULTITASKING BETWEEN INWARD AND OUTWARD-FACING SENSES
When you open up to the inward-facing senses, they reveal their world at their own accord, which might be inconvenient in regards to the world that is experienced with the outward-facing senses, so make sure to stay away from things and places, where the focus on the world of the outward-facing senses is needed when you sense the inward-facing senses are knocking at the door.

This is not a problem though, if you connect with the empty breath, as its function is to be an automatic gear between the inner and outward-facing senses. You can read about this in hack #4, A state of not-knowing is nothing but bliss. If you quickly want to connect with the empty breath, check out Take-offs into ´the empty breath´Where to find the bliss of ´the empty breath´How to ignite a take-off into ´the empty breath´ and What does ´the empty breath´ feel like?.

Are there degrees of enlightenment?

Enlightenment can also be felt and heard in several degrees. AUM can open your inner ear.

The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be experienced, but glimpses of it can, when you partly let go of the personality. It will seem to happen in degrees because as long as there appears to be an ´I´ that thinks it has the power to let go of anything, you hang onto the person, you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The answer to the question in the headline is both yes and no. Before I start to elaborate on this, I like to remind you that if two people drink the exact same cup of tea, they will most likely describe it differently. Maybe one of them talks about it in a very ecstatic way and the other in a very down-to-earth way. Still, it is the same tea, so – in the context of this metaphor – please focus on the tea and not the description when you read this article.

In the enlightenment of that which is one, everything happens simultaneously. Thus there are no specific elements that can be labelled to make it understandable. Nor is there anybody to be aware of that or anything at all. Therefore, the enlightenment of that which is one is not an experience or a state of some kind. It is that which is one, and there are no degrees of oneness. In the context of linear time, how long time it lasts is not to say because it is one perpetual present.

To rise again from the dead, as it feels like returning from the enlightenment of that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one, you again appear to be someone definitive. Yet, this is not something you believe to be but pretend to be. But whether you believe or pretend to be there, it is something that requires more than one, and so it seems to hide the enlightenment of that which is one.

You can compare it to activating an app on your computer or smart media. When you do it, the desktop – although still there – is hidden until you turn off the app again.

Alexius is like every other person in the world not perfect. But unlike most others he knows, it is not possible to be perfect, because that requires more than one and there is no more than that which is one.

Alexius was very young when the belief in being someone definitive for the first time momentarily was turned off. He did not know about the enlightenment of that which is one from books or anywhere else, and he did not consider himself to have – what the purist may call – a pure mind or body. He probably still doe not has that because the enlightenment of that which is one does not change anything in the world. Nothing is transformed into peace, love, purity or whatever. There is no more than that which is one, so there is not something to change. That is the revelation of enlightenment – and there are no degrees in that.

Balance is a concept invented, so that you can always feel out of balance and therefore constantly is occupied trying to get it. Being on a mission like that, you do not have time to see that there is no balance in an illusion – neither btw in that which is real. Reality is one and it takes two to have a balance.

Balance is a concept invented, so that you can always feel out of balance and therefore constantly being occupied by trying to get it right. On a mission like that, you do not have time to see that there is no balance in an illusion – neither by the way in that which is real, because reality is one and it takes more than one to be in balance. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Spiritual wannabe´s try to follow special ideas like for example the concept of balance – as if there is any balance in an illusionary world – so that when they have achieved the right balance they are considered spiritual, which they imagine is manifested by them moving at a very slow pace. This state of numbness they have decided is to be in higher consciousness. Yet high consciousness is as illusory as low, as it takes more than one to be have something. If instead they acknowledged, that they do not know what and where they are, the enlightenment of that which is one comes so fast, that the mind has no time to distinguish anything and therefore forget about concepts of spirituality and whatnot.

He has no answer to questions like how come he bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, or how come he returned to the world again. All he can say is that at this very moment, he is writing this article in a world that seems to be full of degrees. So yes, in such a world, you can experience degrees of enlightenment. But they are not the enlightenment of that which is one, though, but glimpses of it.

When he was a child, he was not allowed to see the fully decorated Christmas tree before Christmas Eve. But he took some sneak peeks through the keyhole in the door and was very amazed by the light he saw. Those sneak peeks can be compared to glimpses of enlightenment. You are still in your ordinary world from where you have glimpses of something very different.

In the context of this metaphor, it is not only the beautiful light from all the candles you experience looking through the keyhole, you can also hear all the glitter move on the green leaves. Actually, if you are more audio than visual-minded, it might be these sounds that bliss you out rather than the light.

Apart from the visual and audiovisual aspects of the enlightenment of that which is one, there are also aspects of feeling and tasting it. However, you do not need to follow all the aspects to come back to that which is the oneness of you. One part will do. Alexius has followed the visual and emotional aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one in the non-degree version. But since it is one perpetual present, it cannot be brought back into a world of linear time, so there are just vague memories of it.

Glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one is experienced through the inward-facing senses when the outward ones are partly closed. And just like ordinary experiences, there are degrees of them, and they can be remembered in the world of the outward-facing senses. These glimpses come to him daily in various degrees of the four aspects of the enlightenment of that which is one. The easiest one – in his case – is the emotional experience of hearing and feeling the sound that Aum or Sohang symbolises.

It sounds and feels like the vibrations from an enormous vacuum cleaner or the ventilation plant in an airport. Alexius has met people who have heard this humming when meditating but disregarded it as a sound coming from their neighbour using a vacuum cleaner. People spend so much time repeating Aum or Sohang in expectation of something mysterious to happen when all they have to do is repeat it a few times to get in tune with the humming floating on top of the ´end´ of the word. You can read the practical instruction on how to do this in this article.

The word Aum or Sohang can be compared to the control knob on an analogue radio that you use to fine-tune into hearing just one station. When you have gotten it, you do not need the control knob – or in this case, the word Aum or Sohang to hear the echo of that which is one. If you hear or feel the humming of that which is one, while still aware of the world, it is a glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one, which is revealed in degrees depending on how much you are unaware of a world, where there seems to be more than one.

All degrees of enlightenment are experiences, and any experience is part of the illusion of a world where there seems to be more than one. It appears, however, that these degrees of enlightenment bring you closer to the beginning of the world – before the big bang – which often is experienced as a paradise full of ecstasy and bliss. Yet, like all other experiences, these also have an end. So does this article.

The mind may expect a conclusion to the above, but there is none – and if you do not try to make one yourself, you are on the way to having glimpses of enlightenment. You can read how to speed it up in this article.

Enlightenment of that which is one and the fear of it

singingbird

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

A bird does not sing, because it has an answer. It sings, because it has a song. Chinese Proverb

Why do the oranges fall down from the trees outside the house of Alexius every November? The answer is simple, it is the season for that. Likewise, it seems to be the season for Alexius to write an article about bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one and the fear it may involve.

Enlightenment of that which is one is not of a world where there seems to be more than one
The enlightenment of that which is one does not result in some kind of spiritual understanding or connection with a higher being. Actually, it results in nothing, because it takes more than one to be or have something.

As it also takes more than one to return to that which is one, there is no help to get from it. Besides, it does not know that you believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. It is not possible, because that which is one is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than that which is one. But it is possible to imagine being someone specific in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Most books or lectures about the enlightenment of that which is one are based on speculations of how to exclude what is judged as bad in order become full of light and joy. But to exclude is to separate and therefore an enhancement of the belief in being someone definitive – and nothing definable can enter the enlightenment of that which is one .

The enlightenment of that which is one can be compared to taking a ride in a fairground carousel so fast, that the mind has to give up seeing any differences at all. Consequently it is not possible to remain as someone definitive and so there is therefore nobody to experience the enlightenment of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The enlightenment of that which is one can be compared to taking a ride in a fairground carousel moving so fast, that the brain has to give up making experiences of differences. Consequently, it is not possible to remain as someone definitive, and so there is nobody to experience the enlightenment of that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The enlightenment of that which is one undoes this imagination. Yet it is not an experience, neither a state of mind or some kind of being or consciousness, as it takes more than one to experience or be something. It can be compared to taking a ride in a fairground carousel moving so fast that the mind has to give up producing an ´I´ that is experiencing it.

Well, there is no mind at all in the enlightenment of that which is one. There is just one bright light. Not a light though that lightens up anything, as that would require more than one. For the same reason, there is no memory at all of a world where there seems to be more than one.

In other words, the imagination of being someone definitive is wiped out by the enlightenment of that which is one, so there is nobody left to experience bliss or anything else. Therefore, what he is about to tell is not based on his experience of the enlightenment of that which is one, but vague memories of it.

His memories may seem to imply, the enlightenment of that which is one is a sequence of events happening in linear time, but that is only because one perpetual present cannot be described in a world of linear time. And even though it is described as it ´happened´ many years ago, in non-linear time, it is still ´happening´. In other words, his description might be a mix of several ´excursions´ from linear time into one perpetual present.

An early morning, when he was 22 years old, he bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one after having intensely worked as a taxi driver for about 15 hours. Somehow the sum of the images from driving around the streets continually looking for customers turned the world into something less definable and more blurry. As he had no energy left to establish a focused world, he was sucked into by a spiralling show of psychedelic light, that did not seem to come from anywhere.

All info of someone definitive is extracted by either the light, sound, feeling or taste of the enlightenment of that which is one, so that there is nobody to be sucked through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one, where there is neither chaos or order, as that would require more than one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

All info of someone definitive is extracted by either the light, sound, feeling or taste of the enlightenment of that which is one, so that there is nobody to be sucked through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one, where there is neither chaos or order, as that requires more than one. Most though try to avoid loosing their identity by identifying the black hole as something definitive, so that they remain someone definitive as well and cannot be sucked into the formlessness of that which is one. If so they are not bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, but just having glimpses** of it. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The enlightenment of that which is one is to be compared to the fusion of all lights, or sounds, or emotions, or tastes – depending on our preference as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

None of these fusions are the formlessness of that which is one. They are merely tools for attracting you to the extent, that you do not fight it, when all the thoughts collected to fabricate your personality are extracted by it, so that there is not something definable to be sucked through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one.

This article is about the first time the belief in being someone definitive momentarily was undone for Alexius, so the enlightenment of that which is one was bid welcome. It is the most known aspect* of it, namely light, that was bid welcome. Later its other aspects* – sound, emotion and taste –was also bid welcome. Not as a mix though  but one by one. It is not possible to mix something in the enlightenment of that which is one, as that requires more than one.

I assume it is not necessary to bid welcome all the aspects* of the enlightenment of that which is one, but that one of them is sufficient in regard to completely forget the imagination of a world where there seems tl be more than one.

Suddenly a black spot with no fixed location, nor a fixed form, looking like a horse head or an embryo showed up. And then a completely colourless light – brighter than the coloured light outside the black spot – started to show as a ring outside the edges of the black spot, that must have been a hole, as colourless light exploded out of it.

This light took over everything, as it was everywhere and yet nowhere. And just like that extracted the concept of Alexius and a world where there seems to be more than one and left it at the edge of the black hole, so the nothingness of him gracefully was falling through it into the formlessness of that which is one. If it was falling or floating he cannot recall because everything happened simultaneously, but there is a sense of forever falling while at the time floating in a space that was not there – and then in the exact same moment as forever falling there was nothing.

That is all folks. There is no more to tell. At this point, the enlightenment of that which is one is over, and there is nothing but the formlessness of that which is one, as it is called in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. It is not a big void of nothing filled with exotic ideas of unconditional love and whatnot. On the contrary. It is not filled with anything since that requires more than one

There is nothing to disturb you in that which is one, because there is no more than one. It is so simple compared to the peace fabricated in a world where there seems to be more than one, as that is always based on having to exclude something disturbing.

Thus it is neither peaceful or anything else. Metaphorically speaking the speed of it is so fast that it is not possible to differentiate anything. The conception of separation is not possible, so there is not something to see, nor anyone to see this. That is why stillness is not needed. Fortunately, because it is incredibly noisy – and then again all the noise is so loud, that it merges into one sound, all lights into one light, all emotions into one feeling and all tastes into one taste, that last no time.

This is not to be understood as the enlightenment of that which is a mix of light, sound, emotion and taste. These are four aspects* of it, but you only bid one of them welcome at a time. It does not matter which one of them. They all have the same purpose. Namely to attract you to such an extent, that you cannot help but let them extract all thoughts making it appear as if you are someone definitive and leave them at the edge of a black hole so that there is nothing definable to be sucked through it into the formlessness of that which is one.

It is, of course, a metaphor to say, oneness is on the other side of a black hole, as it is formless and therefore without end, inside or outside – also without size.

Dunno if there is a spiral around the black hole of the enlightenment of that which is one, because being that close nothing seems to differ from each other. Yet for a moment so short, that it is not conceivable, a light inside the edge of the black hole so much brighter that the very bright light around it, suddenly explodes into a formless light that does not include Alexius but the formlessness of that which I am. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

I seem to remember a spiral around a black hole in the enlightenment of that which is one. I do not remember it exactly as in this image – either because everything was moving so fast or I was so close that nothing seemed to differ from each other. Yet for a moment so short, that it is not conceivable, a light inside the edge of the black hole – so much brighter than the very bright light around it – suddenly like thousands of atomic bombs exploded into a formless light that erased anything definable, so what ´happened´ after being sucked by this light through a black hole I cannot tell, neither can I find any image on the web that can illustrate the vague memories of the nothingness of everything. Fortunately, you can go there yourself – or rather stop going anywhere. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The enlightenment of that which is one is unexplainable
When the belief in being Alexius momentarily was undone, and the enlightenment of that which is one was bid welcome, he had never seen a black hole before (and fortunately he did not see it in the enlightenment of that which is one, as otherwise, he would have bounced back to a world defined by time and space), so the description of the entrance to that which is one as a black hole is made in retrospect. And calling it an entrance is a metaphor because there is neither an entrance nor an exit to that which is endless.

Actually, it was not before much later, when he saw pictures of black holes from far out in the universe, that he sensed how familiar they were – much more than appearing to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be explained in a world, as it takes more than one to explain something

Describing the enlightenment of that which is one in a world, where there seems to be more than one, is not possible, because even though so much is happening nothing is happening because it is one perpetual present.

To bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, you, of course, do not have to drive a taxi all night or be in ´a deep sleep´ like Buddha supposedly described it. Whatever way you lose focus or stop defining and labelling will do in regard to bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one. Meditation though may work against this because many use it to concentrate and focus in an attempt to achieve something specific – and anything definable fence of the enlightenment of that which is one.

The return from that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one
How come Alexius returned to a world where there seems to be more than one after the enlightenment of that which is one? According to legend Buddha returned out of compassion for others. If this is the case for Alexius, he is not aware of it. But why should he return out of compassion for others, when there is no more than that which is one.

You must come emptyhanded.

You must come, empty-handed. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Jesus, who also seemed to return, said that going to heaven – assuming that by going there meant to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one – is more difficult than for a camel to go through an eye of a needle. And in ancient scriptures of India, it is often said that you have to come empty-handed.

It seems that a person momentarily can forget to uphold the belief in being someone definitive so that there is not something definable to go through the eye of a needle into the enlightenment of that which is one – but it also seems, this eye of a needle is just big enough for a slight leftover of the belief in being someone definitive to pass through, and that this little piece will fear being entirely annihilated by the formlessness of that which is one.

To defend itself against this, it hangs onto anything that it can define as something, and by doing so you are back as someone definitive in a world limited by time and space, where things happen at such a slow speed, that there is plenty of time to realise, there is nothing to fear if you do not believe to be someone definitive, as then there is nothing to annihilate.

We cannot know how come, Buddha and Jesus returned to a world where there seems to be more than one in order to appear as if they were somebody specific there, but from also having returned Alexius knows there is nobody to help in such a world and nothing to heal but the sick belief, that something appearing to be definable can block out the formlessness of oneness.

Maybe he wanted to be reestablished as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, so he could escape what was perceived to be a relentless power taking away his free will and totally wipe out what he believed to be, which is also true as seen from the point of believing to be someone definitive. But if you do not uphold this belief, there is no free will to take away or anybody conceivable to wipe out – and therefore nothing to fear.

Seen from the perspective of that which is one, which is only possible metaphorically speaking as it takes more than one to see something, nothing is taken away or wiped out, because there is no more than that which is one.

Fearing something as if it is outside of yourself is only possible, because you believe to be and have more than that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Fearing something, as if it is outside of yourself, is only possible because you believe to be and have more than that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Without the belief in being someone, there is no annihilation to fear
Fear of annihilation, as talked about in the above, is often related to an authority problem. In the case of Alexius, he perceived his father and later other authority figures as somebody determined to take away his free will and incorporate him like a satellite in their world.

If such a perception is correct or not is not the matter. Freedom is only a problem if you have chosen to believe that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Without this belief, there is no more than that which is one, and therefore nothing to take away anything.

It is not possible though to completely stop believing that you are someone definitive while appearing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one because otherwise, it would not appear to be there. It is also not possible to solve all unsolved issues with others, as being someone specific is based upon having those problems.

But it is possible to realise, that problems are simply something you pretend to have in order to appear as someone definitive, so when the enlightenment of that which is one exposes them, there is no reason to take the fear of being annihilated by an omnipresent power serious, because the problems are not yours but something you pretend to have.

Another straightforward way to undo the belief in being someone specific is to see everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as a symbol of that which is one. When you as a person in the world is nothing but a symbol, it is not fearful when this symbol is erased by the enlightenment of that which is one, so only that which it symbolises is left. You can read more about this in hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life.

To see that being someone definitive is nothing but make-believe, you must first acknowledge, that you think, you know what and where you are – and that you therefore are mistaken.

The fastest way to undo the belief in being someone at all is to realise that you do not know what and where you are. When there is not someone to be conscious about someone definitive, there is nothing to lose or let go of.

The above ways of undoing the belief in being someone definitive does not require enlightenment. It definitely helps, but the despair of appearing to be someone in a capsule of time and space is just as good a prerequisite.

How come it seems, that I am wearing a sun-hat?It could be that,it is the season for hats.

How come it seems that I am wearing a sun hat? Guess it is because it is always the season for that, where I appear to be. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

A season for everything
That there is a way to undo the belief in being someone definitive, may be an obstacle in itself, because ultimately speaking there is nothing to undo and nobody to return to the formlessness of oneness, as there is no more than that which is one. So maybe Alexius just appeared to return from the enlightenment of that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one because it was the season for such imagination. And maybe one day it is the season imagination is over so that there is no imagination to hide the unimaginable, namely that which is one. Do not know, and it does not really matter, because there is no more than that which is one, regardless of seasons or whatever else imagined that requires more than one.

*) The article is about the most known aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one, namely light. Whatever aspect that comes to you when you bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one depends on your preferences as someone definitive. If you, for example, are very visual, light is what comes to extract all definable traits of yours, so there is not something to be sucked through a black hole into that which is one. You can read about the other aspects in the article Last night I died again from the world and in the articles in the below list.

When you forget what and where you appear to be, the enlightenment of that which one sets in

_IGP9809-Edit-5

The glimpse of a leaf in this photo has not much to do with its actual look. Just like a glimpse of a star has nothing to do with its full brightness. Likewise, experiencing glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one has nothing in common with that which is one. It cannot be experienced, as it takes more than one to be aware of something. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be experienced, as it takes more than one to be aware of something. Therefore nobody can tell you what it is or teach you how to bid it welcome. Yet you can learn not to bid welcome a world where there seems to be more than one, so your belief in it does not appear to hide that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Praying, meditating, fasting, wearing special clothes or being with special people in unique places does not help you welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, as doing something implies that you are someone definitive. There is nothing to do but forget what and where you appear to be.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

If you do not focus on being someone specific, there is nobody to see a definable world. Hence there is nothing to hide the enlightenment of that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

In oneness, there is no time and space to separate anything. Therefore, it is one perpetual present.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings do not use the word enlightened to describe someone who has achieved a better understanding or a higher consciousness. You do not get wiser or loftier from the enlightenment mentioned in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, because it is the enlightenment of that which is one, and it requires more than one to become something.

The awareness of ever having experienced to be someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one is terminated in the enlightenment of that which is one. Actually, there is no consciousness of anything because it takes more than one to know something. This may last for a short moment or not last at all because time stops when there is nobody to be aware of it. Hence there is not an experience of past and future to hide, there never was or will be anything but one perpetual present.

Most, however, return to the awareness of being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one before the experience of time, and thus themselves as somebody definitive, is over. They avoid it by justifying their fear of destruction with that which is one, and so they are back in a world where there seems to be more than one.

If you do not want to fend off the enlightenment of that which is one, do not project the fear on oneness but include it as it is. Not by embracing it, since that establishes you as someone definitive, but by completely being fear and nothing else, so there is not something to define you as someone, and thus nobody to prevent the bright white light of the enlightenment of that which is one from leaving what you believed in being at the edge of a black hole, which eats up the light and the emptiness of you, so there is nothing to gracefully fall into that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

That which is you is not the bright white light of enlightenment that is so intense that nothing can be seen but that. Nor is it the black hole that is the last thing you see before the light extracts all the memories making up the belief that you are someone definitive, so there is nobody to endlessly fall into that which is one.

In other words, you seem to return to that which is one as bright light. That is, if you are a visually minded person. If you are more into listening, feeling or tasting, you seem to return as a sound, feeling or taste. That said, you do not actually return to that which is one because you never left it. It is not possible since doing so requires more than one. However, it seems possible to believe there is more than that which is one, and in the context of that belief, you seem to return to that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The return to that which is one does not involve a transformation of you or the world, but the annihilation of you and the world – at least as seen from a world where there seems to be more than one, because now reality sets in, and reality is that which is one. So if you are into making a better world, to realise your self, coming from the heart, living in the now, being one with the Earth and whatnot, the enlightenment of that which is one is not for you.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

There is not something to awaken from or return to, nor any awareness to achieve because there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one – and it takes more than one to do something.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

None of the exciting stories about divine presence, higher self and consciousness, for example, applies to that which is one because there is no excitement in oneness since it takes more than one to be excited. However, there seem to be lots of excitement to get in a world where there seems to be more than one if you follow one of its gurus. But what you get is not real.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Nobody walks around in the enlightenment of that which is one because that requires more than one. Yet someone who momentarily forgets what and where it appears to return to the consciousness of being someone with vague memories of not being that, and thus the enlightenment of that which is one.

These memories are not gonna make you wiser or help you change anything in the world. But you do not expect that because you know the world is an illusion – or as science says, the world we seem to feel and see consists of 99.9999999 per cent empty space. And the rest, despite it also is empty space and as immaterial as a dream, is what we perceive to be elements of matter making up a world defined by time and space.

Thus no matter what and where you appear to be in such a world, it is make-believe. Read more about empty space in the articles ´The empty breath´ is empty space, and so is what you believe to be and Free to float in the void of ´the empty breath´.

Hardly anybody ever bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one. However, the glimpses of it are every now and then bid welcome by someone, because contrary to the enlightenment of that which is one they can be experienced and they do not totally erase the consciousness of being someone. Hence they can be interpreted as you fancy, for example as if they have transformed you into something better and higher.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Please be aware that the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be experienced by somebody. Therefore, the description comes from somebody having memories of being nobody falling through a black hole. In other words, although the enlightenment of that which is one is impersonal, Alexius´ description of it is personal. Thus he cannot assure you that his description of the enlightenment of that which is one is correct. But he can guarantee they cannot be replicated by you, neither by himself. First of all, because it takes more than one to reproduce something, and secondly because there is nothing personal in the enlightenment of that which is one. See also The ins and outs of a black hole.

Yet his personal descriptions of the enlightenment of that which is one may inspire you to undo the belief in being someone definitive so that there is nothing to hide the enlightenment of that which is one. Part of undoing this belief is to forget everything you have heard or read about enlightenment – including what you believe to have read in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

This is a graphic simulation o the black hole, where you are sucked in by an explosion of light, if you do not insist in seeing forms. If you are willing to be burned up by the pure bright light, there is no one to see – neither nothing to see. All there is, is that which is.

This is a graphic simulation of the black hole, where the thought construction that holds you together as if you are someone tangible is left at its edge, so what is not definable is sucked through the black hole by a highly intense light into that which is one, where there is neither light nor darkness. That is, if you do not insist on seeing something definable in the light. If you are willing to be burned away by it, the last thing you see is a black hole, and then you are no more. You never were because it takes more than one to be someone, and there is no more than that which is one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Have you ever been in a bath top and imagined seeing an adventurous world in the abstract structure of the steam coming from the hot water? When the steam dissolves, and thus the world you imagined there, you hold onto the thoughts of something specific, so you can keep the moments of magic and imagine you are part of an extraordinary world with exciting creatures. Without your imagination, however, this world is nothing but water.

The above is meant to illustrate how a world where there seems to be more than one can be imagined, so it seems to hide there is no more than that which is one. In the context of this metaphor, what and where you believe to be is nothing but empty space where colourless waves of light move so fast (read more about that here) that they cannot be dissociated from each other. That is unless you imagine seeing different waves shaped by the space between them so empty space seems to consists of countless waves of light separated from each other.

And if you also imagine these shapes not moving so fast but relatively slow, they seem to be definable by time and, therefore, tangible. Consequently, you seem to experience a world of countless opaque and colourful shapes that differ from each other. However, the experience consists of nothing but empty space filled, colourless waves of light moving so fast that they cannot be dissociated from each other.

This is what becomes evident in the enlightenment of that which is one. The light of the waves is so bright that it is impossible to catch a difference, wherefore there is just one formless light.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The world is nothing but a construction of thoughts that seems to have the power to hide that which is one when you perceive them to be something.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When you see all thoughts as a symbol of the bright white light, their apparent differences in time and space does not make a difference.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

If you do not seek to be acknowledged as someone definitive, you are nobody – and only as nobody can you bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is onePhoto © Alexius Jorgensen.

By not caring about collecting specific thoughts to maintain your appearance as someone coherent in a world defined by time and space, you open the door to the enlightenment of that which is one. Opening this door is not about doing something but about not doing what you are doing to hide the bright, bright light.

Because of what is said above about thoughts, you may conclude that they need to be stopped. But it is not thoughts as such that hide the light of that which is one. Instead, it is a belief that they establish you as someone definitive.

To not do anything, you keep thinking, but without taking any thought seriously. By doing that, the belief in them as yours cannot be maintained, and you will literally be nothing but a light brighter than anything conceivable. That being said, if there is still the slightest belief in being someone definitive nothing, you will not want to be dissolved in the flow of the enlightenment of that which is one. Chances are you right away will return to the world you have constructed of thoughts, as you obviously still believe in one or more of them.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The world is a construction of thoughts, and even though they are just as meaningless as this image, you try your best to put them together in a way so that you seem to see a world that makes sense. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

A particular body posture, state of mind, kundalini awakening and whatnot is not needed to welcome the enlightenment of that which is one because it does not enter the mind or the body (including aura and chakras). On the contrary, it undoes the belief in anything that can be experienced – including primordial energy, consciousness, astral worlds and whatnot – so that only what cannot be experienced is left, namely the formlessness of that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

To bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, all you need to do is stop focusing on experiencing something tangible. If you believe to see something definable, it is as if it is hiding the formless enlightenment of that which is one.

That which is one is neither light nor darkness or anything in between. Light is used to extract all the thoughts used to make up the experience of being someone tangible, so there is not something to be sucked into a black hole and spit out on the other side into that which is one. Neither is there another side, as there is no more than that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The unenlightened may have a high consciousness attained through many years of meditation. But one who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one has nothing because it takes more than one to have something.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

It is not uncommon to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one and afterwards dismiss the vague memories as nothing because what is formless – and therefore not definable – cannot be remembered as something. Besides, as the enlightenment of that which is one is one perpetual present, it cannot be transferred to a world of linear time. In other words, it cannot be shared in a world where there seems to be more than one, wherefore it is often dismissed as real.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The enlightenment of that which is one does not bring you back to the formlessness of oneness. It is not possible. That which is you is no different from that which is one, and since it is formless and therefore endless, there is nothing outside of it. Consequently, it has have never been left – only in fantasy.

The enlightenment of that which is one does not change this imagination but heals the sick belief that it is real. Rebooted as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, you sense this very clearly, because even though the memories of the enlightenment of that which is one are vague, one thing stands out crystal clear: There is no more than that which is one.

So if you are looking for something big and supernatural that will support you and help you to become more spiritual and blissful, you will not notice if you somehow forget what and where you are and therefore bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one because it has none of those qualities you are looking for. It has nothing at all, as it requires more than one to have anything.

This article is part of hack #6.1 From the inner senses through a black hole into that which is one.

Without contrasts, there is nothing but non-duality

When contrasts meet they cancel each other out, so if you for example do not exclude negativity in order to experience positivity, you would not be able to judge something as positive. In other words, when all contrasts are included, you would not even be able to experience yourself as someone definitive. You would be that which you always have been and always will be, namely the formlessness of that which is one, which cannot be experienced as there are no contrasts in that which is formless.

When the opposing sides of a contrast meet, they cancel out each other, so if you, for example, do not exclude negativity to experience positivity, you will not be able to judge something as positive or negative. In other words, when all contrasts are included, you are not able to perceive yourself as someone definitive,. Hence there is nothing to hide what always has been and always will be, namely the formlessness of that which is one. It cannot be experienced though, as that requires more than one. It merely is one perpetual present. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

In the milliseconds after the big bang, two different worlds were about to evolve, one of matter (the one we believe to see) and one of antimatter. Matter and antimatter, however, cannot coexist. When they meet, an incredible amount of energy is released, and they both disappear in one big flash

Antimatter, therefore, had to be excluded for matter to be experienced as a tangible universe defined by time and space. This does not mean though that antimatter disappeared. As the world is in the eye of the beholder, antimatter only needed to be excluded from there. That is why science cannot find it, although it according to their observations of the universe must be there.

Death defines the condition of life in a world of duality.

As a world of duality only can be seen through contrasts and as the beholder have to exclude one side of it to experience the other – the experience of beauty, for example, requires its contrast ugliness to be excluded – what happened in the milliseconds after the big bang is repeated again and again.

So if the beholder does not exclude one of the two parts of a contrast but include them both – for example positivity and negativity – they will just like the contrast of matter and antimatter cancel each other out.

The meeting of contrasts has been avoided since the beginning of duality in order to make it appear as if it duality and not non-duality is real, so if you do not want the belief in this illusion to hide that which is real, you simply include both sides of a contrast in order for them to meet and in one big flash undo the appearance of separation.

When contrast are not kept apart, so that you can experience one part of it on the expense of the other, they annihilate each other in one big flash. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When contrasts are not kept apart to separately experience one part of it at the expense of the other, they annihilate each other in one big flash. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

In other words, when all contrasts are included, the beholder, including the world of duality that it beholds, is cancelled out in one big flash. This is what is called the enlightenment of that which is one* in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. You can read about that in HACK #6 The inward-facing senses, enlightenment and glimpses of it.

More, faster and cheaper is the common mantra. And to make it work the formlessness of non-duality is replaced with a world of duality, that is imagined in contrasts of more and less, fast and slow, cheap and expensive and so on.

Most, however, do not want to be cancelled out. On the contrary, they always are looking for the next big thing, that can make them more happy and perfect as someone special and unique. Yet happiness cannot be felt without its contrast, sadness, and there is no perfection without imperfection. It is just not possible to know that you are experiencing a specific feeling or state of mind without knowing its contrast, which is only possible when you believe to be someone in a world of duality.

All experiences are deceptive – also the experience of dimension. Reality is more flat than this image, because it is the formlessness of that which is one and formlessness is sizeless. Besides it takes more than one to experience something and as formlessness is endless, there is no more than that which is one. When defocusing contrasts fades out and so the brain cannot fabricate an illusion of reality. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When defocusing contrasts fades out, and so the brain cannot fabricate an illusion of duality. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

But as non-duality is no different from that which is one and as duality requires more than one, it is an illusion. Should you choose to have this exposed and thus the belief in duality is undone, cancelling out contrasts by being inclusive is a way to go, but there are also other ways. Below are a few suggestions:

Inclusiveness turns death into a portal to that which is one [DRAFT]

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

This graphical illustration of a so-called out-of-body experience is not entirely correct. You observe yourself from above, but the observer is nowhere to be seen. Since this observation is done from another angle than usual, you conclude you are outside the body. Yet you have never been inside or outside of it. What and where you appear to be is a story made by the brain. And you only agree to believe it because otherwise, you are nothing. However, in the moment of death, the brain does not have enough oxygen to uphold the images sustaining your belief. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

VERSION 1:
In the moments leading up to death, the brain slowly runs out of oxygen. Thus it does not have enough to fabricate the usual images of a tangible world experienced to be outside of you. Therefore, since thoughts and feelings no longer can be assigned to a tangible world outside of you, they chaotically rush by until there is no more. In other words, when the body is in the process of termination, what and where you experienced to be. But before it is totally over, thoughts pass by rapidly in a fashion that seems unstructured.

That is, if you do not hang onto some of them in an attempt to keep or dismiss something from your time as someone substantial in a tangible world. If you do that, you seem stuck inside your thoughts and feelings because they cannot be assigned to something. The brain has stopped producing the experiences of a tangible world outside of you, so there is nobody to love and hate.

This feels very claustrophobic. Yet, you are not boxed in by your selected thoughts and feelings but by your desire for being someone verified by them. So if you do not look for something to prove you are someone, thoughts and feelings pass by immediately. This includes the thoughts and feelings of being someone who experiences them.

But if you have been accustomed to excluding uncomfortable thoughts and feelings to create a comfortable image of yourself while your body and brain functioned well, you will do the same when it is about to break down. In other words, death is smooth if you are used to being inclusive.

In that case, thoughts pass rapidly, and when that is over, feelings rush by. Therefore, since there is nothing to confirm the illusion of time and space, you are what you always have been and will be, namely formless. That is the freedom to be one and one only. It is very peaceful because it leaves out anything that requires more than one, such as thinking and feeling.

To make long short, by not being exclusive but inclusive, your appearance in a world where there seems to be more than one is a simple ride, and the moment of death is a portal to that which is one. No fear is holding you back when everything is included, so there is nothing to hide that which is you is no different from that which is one.

As it takes more than one to have a problem there is not a single one in that which is one – neither anything to fear.

38455201.BUGSTV_0224

When the TV screen is blank, there is no world to see there. So what you see is what you believe to be. This is also what you see when there appears to be a world on the TV screen because the world is in the eye of the beholder. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

VERSION 2:
A near-death experience can be compared to watching a movie on the TV screen. Suddenly the screen turns blank, and only the sound is left. The world on the TV is gone, and there is nothing but the sound of your thoughts.

When death is about to set in, the brain starts running out of oxygen, so it does have not enough to fabricate the usual images of a world defined by time and space. But instead, it processes sedative images, like tunnels of light, to prevent you from panicking when it cannot produce the usual experience of a world defined by time and space.

But if you do not believe to be someone at all, nobody experiences tunnels of light or other spaced out things to hide a world defined by time and space is a fantasy that is about to end.

An out-of-body experience is just as hallucinatory as an in the body. That which is you is neither in nor outside of anything. It is the formlessness of everything.

At the moment of death, you are sucked into a black hole. That is, if you do not try to define it because then you uphold the belief in being someone definitive. When the light at the edges of the black hole explodes into a light so bright that there is not something specific to experience, you feel like exploding too, and if not avoiding it, the nothingness of you gently falls into the formlessness of that which is one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

VERSION 3:
When the body is dying, the brain cannot produce a world that confirms the belief that there is more than that which is one. Hence there is nothing to hide, there is no more than the formlessness of oneness. That is if you do not hang onto memories about a world where there seems to be more than one. If so, it seems very scary and claustrophobic when the tangibility of a world where there seems to be more than one cannot be felt.

Fortunately, there is no such need when the belief that there is more than that which is one is undone. This it is when everything in a world where there seems to be more than one is included, as that cancels out the apparent difference between your experiences so there is no experience that seems to hide that which cannot be experienced, namely the formlessness of oneness.

If you want to be at one with a soulmate, the universe, god and whatnot, the formlessness of oneness will seem claustrophobic to you because it takes more than one to be at one with something, and oneness has only room for one.

In other words, the inclusion of everything experienced does not result in you embodying everything and therefore being at one with the universe. On the contrary, your apparent existence as someone definitive is over because when nothing is excluded, you are not definable.

For the same reason, there are no memories left of a world where there seems to be more than one, nor a sigh of relief from having escaped it. There is no more than that which always was and will be, namely the formlessness of oneness.

Every moment is the perfect moment – also for dying in the rainforest [draft]

This article is about the rescue of Alexius from the rainforest, where he was about to die after two days without food and water. In television, they called him the hero who survived the wilderness. However, this is not about heroic stuff, but that every moment is the perfect moment.

In 2010 Alexius was stuck in a rainforest for two days without food and water. He followed a dried-out river down the mountain towards the sea, but the closer he came to the sea, the more impenetrable the rainforest became. At the end of the first day, Alexius gave up digging his way through the thorny lianas.

He hallucinated during the second day and prepared himself to die of cold and/or dehydration in the coming night. However, everything was so beautiful that it did not seem important to continue as a separated being. Besides, there was nothing unfulfilled in his personal life. Alexius´ mundane longings had all been met. But at the end of the second day, he was rescued by a helicopter.

The formlessness of life
Before the helicopter arrived, it was like the person inside the body of Alexius died per its script. But it was replaced by an impersonal version of him having only one goal: giving back everything it received to where it came from. The brain heavily backed this replacement because it thinks a self is not meant to be definitive but relative. Read more about that in hack #4.1 The basic self versus the special one.

However, since giving everything back to its source is beyond the brain, Alexius did not know how to do that. The brain suggested he should do something great for all mankind? But he sensed it was not about greatness. Actually, it was not about doing but perceiving. Since life is formless, a world defined by time and space is lifeless and thus a fantasy. But there is no illusion without reality, so every part of the fantasy symbolises the formlessness of life.

1005P5217810-Edit-Edit-Edit

When experiences are not perceived as personal but symbolise life’s formlessness, they do not establish us as separated beings. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Therefore, when a world defined by time and space is perceived as a symbol of life, it goes back to the formlessness of life. Hence our experiences do not seem to have any effect, nor do they establish us as somebody definitive. See also hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life.

The world is a construction of fragmented thoughts
You can compare the formlessness of life to having just one thought. It is pure peace. But if that thought is divided into two, peace is over because they need to differ to appear divided. Therefore, one thought as a separate entity looks at the other as a world outside of it. And to uphold the illusion that there is more than one, the division goes on. The thought called the world is divided into black and white thoughts. The thought that watches a world in black and white outside of it is also divided into two, namely a judge and an executioner.

Thus we have a person who chooses between experiences divided into black and white. And then a judge who divides thoughts into right and wrong so the black experiences can be punished for being wrong. When the executioner has carried out the punishment, the Person feels good because now it is off the hook. Someone else is guilty of the mess separation seems to entail. Read more about projections here. However, since this arrangement sets other divisions in motion, the relief is short-lived. So, again and again, the interaction of Person, WorldJudge and Executioner is used to make someone else look bad and yourself good.

Although this happens as an inner dialogue inside a Person, it is often projected onto something seen as outside of it. For example, what feels wrong inside the World of a Person is projected on something perceived as the evil in the World outside of a Person, such as immigrants, the deep state or communists. The Judge may be projected on a god, parent, boss, or lover. And perhaps society is seen as the Executioner.

Nevertheless, this system never makes a Person feel good enough because it is the reason for feeling bad. Read more about that here. But let us return to Alexius in the rainforest to see how he dealt with it emotionally:

If I fear how the helicopter guys judge my tripin the rainforest, it´s actually my ownjudgment of the trip, that I fear.

If Alexius fear how the helicopter guys judge his trip in the rainforest, it is actually his own judgment of the journey he fears. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Enough is enough
Alexius had to make his way through lots of thorny lianas in the dried out river he followed down the mountain to get out of the rainforest. The thorny lianas came in bundles. Sometimes it took half an hour to pass a distance of them, that if not for the bushes of lianas tightly woven together could have walked in two minutes.

His feet were hurting because two nails had been ripped when he fell down the mountain several times due to branches being so dry that they broke when he tried to hold onto them. Moreover, due to the thorns in the bushes, his clothes were torn apart. His hands were full of blood. And each time he came out on the other side of a bundle of thorny bushes, he was so exhausted that he decided the immense beauty he saw was wrong.

Hence the Judge inside Alexius ruled that the experience of a World far away from the known one should be eliminated and the ones to blame for it should be punished. But, although the Executioner worked hard on doing that, the bad experience did not go away and the guilty ones could not be found. This enhanced Alexius´ feeling of being wrongful treated. But when he was about to explode, he suddenly had enough of feeling entrapped by conditioned judgments and solutions.

So he stopped deciding between right and wrong. Hence there was no punishment to be ruled out by the Judge and, consequently, nothing for the Executioner to set right. Of course, that did not mean the bad World disappeared. But that instead of trying to get rid of it, Alexius included it. Thus what he had perceived as bad did not seem to hide, everything was fine as it was. Nothing was wrong or missing. The moment was the perfect moment.

In the middle of nowhere, Alexius had no need to go anywhere. The moment was perfect as it was.

This was not an intellectual but an emotional change for Alexius. When he stopped trying to get rid of his frustrations of feeling stuck, he burst out in laughter because there was nothing he needed to escape. Thus the journey in the rainforest seemed to mirror running from the moment as it is until, suddenly, out of nowhere, Alexius did not look for anything to fix.

It looks like there is a unique bird is sitting on the tree. But it is a hallucination. The ´bird´ is not a separate entity but part of the tree, which is part of the rainforest, which is … Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Life sees no differences
The foursome of Person, World, Judge and Executioner consider themselves essential in making a world defined by time and space appear real. Yet, they cannot do that without breathing. But it does not seem to care about them because no matter what and where the foursome makes us appear to be, the breath steadily goes on.

In other words, just like electricity does not see what a bulb illuminates in a room due to the power of electricity, the force behind the breath, namely life´s formlessness, does not know what it empowers. Also, like nobody illuminated by electricity can see it, a Person empowered by life´s formlessness cannot realise it because it is not contained in what it empowers. That is why, like a movie or a book consists of nothing but symbols, the foursome and everything they seem to manifest is a symbol of life.

In the case of Alexius, he is aware of this because having vague memories of falling through a black hole into the formlessness of oneness, he knows there is nothing but the formlessness of oneness (see hack #6.1 From the inner senses through a black hole into that which is one). However, that is beyond the subject of this article. So we round up by exploring the perfect moment Alexius discovered in the rain forest:

What a perfect moment hanging in the air.

Every moment is the perfect moment. Nothing is wrong or missing. This was crystal clear to Alexius, hanging in the air when he was wired up from the rainforest by a helicopter. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

A perfect moment is all-inclusive
Life´s formlessness includes everything because formlessness is endless, so there is nothing but that. Since a perfect moment is inclusive, it confirms the formlessness of life, whereas living in the now denies it, as it excludes thoughts of the perceived future and past.

A perfect moment can last the whole hour you bravely make your way through bushes of thorny lianas, or the second you feel the horror of going through thorny bushes replaced with the relief of getting out, or the minutes you see a helicopter circling around to find you. Or a whole day where you forget everything about the perfect moment and hate the rainforest.

Any thought or feeling passing by is part of the totality that makes a perfect moment. It is not flawless like a music video, though. There are ups and downs, but they are comparable to the thrill of riding up and down on a roller coaster.

The idea of a perfect moment or giving symbols of life back to life´s formlessness only works within a world defined by time and space. Therefore, like anything else in such a world, they must be given up at some point. ´To give up´ must also go, as it is only in such a world there is something to give up.

In other words, the articles in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are written within the illusion of a world defined by time and space. Otherwise, there would be nothing to write about!

APPENDIX
In 1972 Alexius bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one. However, after telling someone about it, he realised he could not share it. Hence he refrained from that until meeting his astral friend Gudruång on a trip to Crete in 2004. But it was not until after Alexius was rescued from the rainforest, that Gudruång told him to tell his story about the enlightenment of that which is one to the world.

It took a year before Alexius began writing and two more years before he started publishing it. And he had no idea that it would turn into eight duality hacks. Actually, he had never used the word duality before he started writing his enlightened non-teachings.

At first, he was blown out by his realisation in the rainforest that every moment is the perfect moment. But maybe this was more a personal thing. After all, not many can go on a similar trip into the rainforest. Besides, it is pretty dangerous. So maybe you are better off going with the duality flow, which is very much like a perfect moment. See hack #4.4 The duality flow goes to non-duality.

You could also take it a step further like we do in the nest hack, hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is pure bliss, or in hack #5.2 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing.
