The enlightenment of that which is one versus glimpses of it

You know this pic is not how the physically world really look. It is rather a fantasy, thar is only possible due to physical life, that it therefore is a symbol of. Likewise the physical world is a symbol of life even though the physical world has nothing to do with life.

We let ourselves be deceived by the outer senses into believing, that a world where everything seems to be separated by time and space is real, but when these senses are turned inwards there is no time and space, and therefore nothing to uphold the belief in separation, neither in the appearance of you as someone definitive.

Without the belief in separation, there is not something to hide, that the abstractness of the inner senses flows straight into an explosion coming out of a black hole or maybe into it. There is no way to know which way it is because this is the enlightenment of that which is one and it takes more than one to know anything. Also, explosion may not be the best word to use, because it is nothing but empty space that is carrying the nothingness of you into to the formlessness of that which is one. End of story or what?

The formlessness of that which is one is endless
This is not the end of the story, because what is formless is endless – not in the sense though that it last forever. It lasts no time but one perpetual present. This a never-ending story, however, cannot be written in a world defined by time and space, because there everything has an end. In terms of the end though returning to the formlessness of that which is one is the end of time and space – at least that is how it seems within the context of linear time.

Researches from University of California Santa Barbara have proved that human cells and neutron stars have something in common. Both are namely built of layers – looking like a parking garage with many floors that are connected via steps.

But as there is nothing else than one perpetual present, the only thing that ends is the imagination of a world defined by time and space. Yet reading this article you still believe in this imagination of a tangible world constructed of layer upon layer of thoughts, added in such a way that it seems there are different levels in this capsule of time and space. Within this context it also seems as if there are levels of turning the outer senses inwards, and that the more the inner senses take over the more you occur to have glimpses of enlightenment.

It is a relief, when glimpses of enlightenment slowly but surely undoes the belief in being someone definitive – but very unsettling if you want to hang onto this belief.

These glimpses, however, are not the enlightenment of that which is one, because there are no levels in that which is one. Nevertheless, they slowly but surely undo the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one, contrary to the enlightenment of that which is one, whereas it is timeless – it takes no time to have this belief undone.

The timelessness of that which is one, however, cannot be brought into a world defined by time and space so you will not be able to know what it is if you experience to reappear in such a world after having bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one.

Yet you will have vague memories of it, and that is enough to constantly be reminded, there is no more than that which is one, and consequently all experiences – whether they seem to be so-called spiritual or mundane – are illusions, as it takes more than one to experience something.

Glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one are experienced with the inner senses, while being aware of the world of the outer sense as well – although it seems quite distant.

But to bid the enlightenment of that which is one welcome the outer senses must be completely closed. In other words, there are no awareness of the world of the outer senses and after entering the enlightenment of that which is one there is neither no awareness of the inner senses. In fact there is no awareness at all, as it takes more than one to be aware of something.

To sum it up: When partially turning off the outer senses, the inner senses is only partly triggered, so you just have glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, which is an experience you have while still aware of appearing to be someone in the world of the outer senses.

These glimpses can be compared to watching a movie trailer and not the whole movie – but then again it is not really so, because both the trailer and the movie is something you experience, and the enlightenment of that which is one, that is bid welcome by completely turning off the inner senses, cannot be experienced.

The enlightenment of that which is one is not a personal experience, but glimpses of it are
The technique for tasting the nectar of life (see the previous article Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment) I like to do during the day – not so much for the taste of it, but for the sphere of indifference, that it just like the empty breath* induces.

Being indifferent I am not distracted from going with the flow of the ongoing glimpses of the enlightenment, whenever I am not dealing with something that craves much attention in the world of the outer senses – and if I am involved in something that demands much attention, the indifference towards it makes sure that the perception of it is founded on glimpses of the enlightenment. In other words, the world is experienced, but not as if I am there. It is more like sitting in a cinema and imagining to be in the world on the screen.

Depending on the strength of the glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, it is like momentarily dying from the world of the outer senses, so if you appear to be occupied by something there, it can be very disturbing.

Glimpses of ethereal harmonies come and go as they please. In the case of Alexius he enjoys to wake up in the morning accompanied by the distant sound of ethereal harmonies, but when he at night closes his eyes to fall asleep, the ongoing spirals of light, which are brighter than the light from his lamps and keeps coming, distracts him from falling asleep. 

During the day there are also glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, mostly in the form of short splashes of lucid light and hearing or feeling the vibration, that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises.

Besides there are vague memories of passing both the outer and inner senses into the enlightenment of that which is one, where all thoughts and feelings collected to justify the belief in a world defined by time and space is extracted, so that there is no belief to hide that which has no beginning or end and therefore is everything, namely the formlessness of oneness.

The Enlightenment of that which is one is not coloured by the one having it, because there is not somebody having it. It is not possible to experience it, as that would require more than one. In other words, there is nothing personal about the enlightenment of that which is one. Yet, describing it via vague memories it is like everything else, where more than one seems to be involved, coloured by the personality of the describer as well by the one interpreting the description. Trying to make something last only appears to be meaningful in a world, where everything has an end
Glimpses of enlightenment, which most confuses with the enlightenment of that which is one, may leave you with the impression, that it is possible to fuse heaven and earth by prolonging the glimpses via meditation or other kinds of techniques, that seems to make you able to transform energies in such a way that heaven and earth merge.

The idea of heaven and hell is an idea based on duality, which is founded on contrasts like that. And as you cannot have one without the other, you can never have only heaven in a world of duality. Neither in non-duality, because it is that which is one, and it takes more than one to be in heaven.

This idea of a better world is founded on the belief, that you are someone special, who is in control and able to create a world like you see fit. Though neither dictators, rich people, political or so-called spiritual minded persons have ever succeeded in creating a world. the way they think it should be, many assume it is something in themselves or others that need to be corrected for it to happen. But no matter how much you correct, all that you get are more frustrations, because there is nothing to correct but the belief that you are someone definitive.

Whether you experience, that you are free in the now, spiritual or whatnot, it is echoes of past conditioning, that you hold onto with the sole purpose of being someone special in a world defined by time and space.

Instead of having this belief undone most, who have had one or more glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one, start teaching how to make the world better – as if there is a world to make better. They put together a new philosophy based on their interpretation of one or more glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one, mixed up with speculative ideas about spirituality and maybe ancient traditions of meditation and whatnot. They may, for example, encourage not being conditioned, so that you can be free in the now. But the experience of that or anything else is based on the conditioned belief, that you are someone defined by time and space.

You freely choose to give Facebook all your info in exchange for being able to construct a personality in its virtual world, as if this construction constitutes a real person.

Time and space is not a fact, but a belief system, that you blindly follow. You choose to be conditioned by it, so that it seems to be a fact, that you are someone definitive in a world defined by time and space instead of the formlessness of that which is one.

When thoughts keep on moving faster and faster, you are on full speed back to that which is you. That is if you use the speed as a run-up to the inner senses, where the extreme speediness does not seem terrifying, as it is nothing compared to that which is you. It is so fast that it is not possible to leave it. In other words, you are not returning to that which is you. That is, if you use the speed as a take-off to the empty breath*, that will connect you with the high frequency of the inner senses, where the extreme speed seems like nothing, as the inner senses feels closer to the incredible speed of which is you, which is so fast that it is not possible to conceive. In other words, it is formless and therefore cannot be left, unless you imagine it to slow down so that there is something to be conceived as if it has a form amongst other forms in a world where there seems to be more than one. Even though this is just a fantasy, as that which is you is no different from that which is one, the belief that it is possible seems to hide the formlessness of that which is you. Enlightenment of that which is one cannot reveal itself, if you want it to be an experience that change or expand your consciousness, as it takes more than one to be aware of anything. Yet glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one can be experienced, because no glimpse is complete and neither is an experience.

But if enlightenment is what you think you need to become better or higher, you will assume glimpses of it can be used for something specific and so they will seem to disappear until you realise, that you do not need more than what you already have, namely the life of that which is one.

There is nothing you can do in a world where there seems to be more than one in order to come back to that which is one because you never left it. But you can do something to undo the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. This belief is undone the moment you do not need to believe you have something in a world where there seems to be more than one, as without this belief there is nothing to prove you are someone there, and not being anybody there, you do not need to believe it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

To physically jump from one place to another you need to speed up. Likewise, you need to speed up thoughts – or rather you just do not try to slow them down – so that they move at a speed where it is hard to understand them. Consequently, there is no understanding to keep you from taking off to the empty breath.* The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The experience of having fast-moving thoughts in the world of the outer senses is not comfortable for the body, but if the speed of thoughts is used as take-off to the empty breath*, it will synchronise the speed of the thoughts with the fast frequencies of the inner senses, which is the end of feeling restless and the start of feeling indifferent. That is if you do not fight the ways of the empty breath* or try to correct or transform your experience of being someone definitive in the world of the outer senses. In others words, to jump from the world of the outer senses to the empty breath*, which connects you with the inner senses, you do what you always need to do when jumping from one place to another, namely, speed up.

What is said in the above about speedy thoughts also applies to for example ongoing misery. When there is plenty of it, it can be used as a take-off to the empty breath*, provided you do not try to escape what you feel but are nothing but that. Plenty of happiness or any other feeling can be used in the same way.

Connecting with the empty breath is not like breaking on through to the other side, but like going in a driverless car on a highway to the formlessness of that which is one.

What is formless has no sides and therefore no end. Consequently, there is no more than that which is one, so if you believe to be in a world where there seems to see more than one, you have chosen to be deceived by the senses.

Yet, if you if experience yourself to be someone definitive in a world supposedly created from a big bang coming out of a black hole, you imagine it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. If the change from outer to inner senses is complete, the dullness of the world sensed by the outer senses is no more experienced. Consequently the slowness, that seems to make a world outside of you appear to be tangible, cannot hide there is nothing outside of you, neither inside. The thoughts that made up this illusion is rapidly taken away by the inner senses so that there is not something to hide the enlightenment of that which is one. Such a complete change is not gradual but very abrupt, and as it is associated with death most avoid the enlightenment of that which is one.

If you do not believe thoughts to be real, it is easy to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, because all that is needed to bid it welcome is to not be attentive to the meaning of thoughts, which is not to be mistaken for stopping them, as that requires someone definitive doing it – and to be definitive requires lots of thoughts judged to have a specific meaning.

Neither should it be understood as you become aware of the enlightenment of that which is one instead of thoughts. It is not possible to be aware of the enlightenment of that which is one, as it takes more than one to be aware of something.

Bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one is to not be exclusive but inclusive.

In other words, there is nobody to know if you are enlightened because to know something requires more than one. Also, what you appear to be in the world is not enlightened, because a person cannot be enlightened.

Yet a person can step aside so that there is not something definable to hide the indefinable light of that which is one. To not be exclusive but inclusive is to step aside because inclusiveness neutralise contrasts and without them, there is nothing define you as someone definitive and therefore not something to not bid welcome the formlessness of the enlightenment of that which is one.

You are nobody in the enlightenment of that which is one. Well, also in the world, but in the enlightenment of that which is one there is not something to fill the nothingness of you with thoughts of importance, and so there is nobody to experience the enlightenment of that which is one. 

Yet returning from to a world where there seems to be more than one, there are vague memories of such a world being destroyed by a light stronger than 1000s of sun and leaving nothing but that which is one, as Arjuna describes it in the Bhagavad Gita.

Remembering there is no more than that which is one is not gonna change you into someone, who is wiser, better or more happy, but into nobody, as the conclusion is that a world where there seems to be more than one is not there.

The enlightenment of that which is one is one perpetual present, and therefore cannot be brought back into a world of linear time, so if returning to such a world you are not in the enlightenment of that which is one. Yet, as there are vague memories of it, you are to be compared to someone who is the enlightenment of that which is one. The person though that you appear to be in the world is in no way changed by this, neither is it necessary because the appearance of you in a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion and so is any change of it.

If a person only partially bids welcome the enlightenment of that which is one there will just be glimpses of it in the form of hearing, feeling or tasting an echo of that which is one. It can also be spaced out visions of travelling through different universes, seeing Jesus or the birth of a new universe in slow motion, which is very is exciting of course, but as it is something experienced, it has nothing to do with the enlightenment of that which is one.

Glimpses of enlightenment turn you into someone, who appears to be in the world of the outer senses but not of it
You cannot go around as a person enlightened of that which is one, but you can go around having glimpses of it. If you do, you may seem distant from the world, as if you are not there. Yet you are more present than most because to be present you cannot be in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Living in the now has nothing to do with living. It is a numb state of mind for those trying to fit into a still photo imagined to be life, as they are afraid of going with the flow of it.

Chances are, however, that you quickly will look for more glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one and as you, therefore, are participating in the quest for being and having more, you will be fixated you in a world where there seems to be more than one. In other words, you are not present at all, because that which is you is the formlessness of oneness and as formless is endless there is no more than that which is one.

The way to undo your belief in thoughts, as if they are yours and therefore making you appear to be someone special, is to include all of them exactly as they appear to be.

The swing of the empty breath feels as the curved line in an yin yang sign swinging back and forth, up and down, from side to side and everything in between within a ball without definitive borders, that crosses your body below or above the waist and in the head or above it. This vibration synchronizes the low-frequency world of the outer senses with the high frequency of the inner senses, so no kind of speediness or confusion in the world of the outer senses seems upsetting. When experiences in the world of the outer senses is based on the world of the inner senses nothing is interpreted as upsetting. It is rather the other way around, you cannot help but laugh. Being a medium for the empty breath, you are guided by glimpses of enlightenment
The main reason for feeling stressed as an appearance in a world where there seems to be more than one is that it takes so much energy to make thoughts and feelings appear as if they come from someone specific.

Not being someone specific feels as if you are nothing, which seems very discomforting until you realise that being empty you are a vessel the empty breath*, that takes you into the high-frequency world of the inner senses, where glimpses of enlightenment are the base for experiencing the low-frequency world of the outer senses.

The excitements in the world of the outer senses requires you to appear, as if you are someone definitive, because you cannot have a specific experience without being someone definitive.

Being guided by the empty breath is like being on autopilot. It is so relaxing and it feels as if nothing is wrong no matter what you appear to be and have, unless you do not still insist in being entertained by all the apparent exciting possibilities in the world of the outer senses, as they only bring pleasure if you work hard to appear as someone specific with its own thoughts and feelings.

This is very stressful compared to being a medium for the empty breath, as it automatically syncs the stress from the world of outer senses with the tranquillity of the inner senses so that you become indifferent to the apparent differences of a world where there seems to be more than one.

You are lucky, when everything seems to fall apart, because this may trigger so much sadness, that you stop believing the construction of thoughts you have based your identity upon is that which is you.

This synchronisation occurs when the high frequencies coming from the inner senses are not fenced off by the belief that thoughts belong to someone definitive, and no effort is made to be active in the low-frequency world of the outer senses.

This does not mean that you cannot move around in the world of the outer senses. You are inactive in it and ready to be a medium for the empty breath when you do not care about what and where you are, while you, for example, appear to be walking down a street or sitting in a park. In other words, no need to exclude anything by eating special food or sit in special postures in special surroundings to achieve a pure mind.

The empty breath is the foundation for glimpses of enlightenment, that is bound to merge into the enlightenment of that which is one, provided you do not keep swimming in the bliss induced by the glimpses of enlightenment, as to be blissful requires more than one.

Just like the empty breath is a foundation for the glimpses of enlightenment so is ´pretending to be someone definitive´ or ´to se symbols of life in the world´ or ´not being exclusive but inclusive´ so that apparent differences is not perceived to make a difference**. It does not matter which foundation you choose or if you alternate between them.

A perfect moment with glimpses of enlightenment is something you are aware of. If you stop being aware of it, you cannot see any glimpse. There is nothing and that is where the enlightenment of that which is one sets in. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Where do glimpses of enlightenment come from
Physically speaking the glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one seems to originate from a non-defined space behind the frequencies of thoughts behind the pineal gland. It is probably also from there, you perceive the world, when you are not exclusive but inclusive, so its apparent differences do not make a difference and it feels as every moment is the perfect moment**.

The same applies to pretend being a person or to perceive everything in the world as symbols of that which is one**. The empty breath – sounding like sohang – is presumably picked up from there as well physically speaking.

The pineal gland might work as a receiver for signals picked up by the eighth chakra, which has a magenta colour and is located above the head. Yet maybe neither the pineal gland or the eighth chakra have anything to do with the experiences glimpses of enlightenment. You cannot know, because experiencing them, you do not care – and not experiencing you do not know where to look.

In daily life, it might be best downplaying the visual glimpses of enlightenment, as you will have a hard time navigating the world of the outer senses while having visions of light. In most cases though, you can safely go with the glimpses of the other aspects of enlightenment, namely hearing, feeling or tasting it.

This is not a new religion or philosophy, that you must learn and strictly adhere to. On the contrary. It is about unlearning everything and going with the flow.

Not knowing what and where you are, there is no more to unlearn
The enlightenment of that which is one and the glimpses of it are in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings described in a certain way, but elsewhere the same may be described in another way – just like two persons may describe the same cup of coffee in different ways.

So do not wait for the enlightenment of that which is one or the glimpses of it to be revealed exactly as described in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. In other words, you do not have to fit into the terminology of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. Also: trying to extract a specific way to the enlightenment of that which is one or the glimpses of it from Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings will not help you. Better to forget all words about it and thrust the light, sound, feeling or taste of it to do their thing, when you partly or fully are willing to not be someone definitive.

That being said, there are practical instructions of how to experience glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one in the article Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment, which may help undoing the belief in being someone definitive and therefore be able to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one.

When there is nobody there, there is nobody to judge a dog to be different from a human. No appearance appears to do behave in a personal way, because nobody is observing them.

There is nothing to fear when there is nobody there
When none of your experiences is excluded but included, you cannot know what and where you are, because with nothing excluded there are no contrasts to define you as someone specific.

Inclusion seems dangerous when you want to survive as someone definitive, but if you do not mind being nobody, there is no need to fear what seems to be the disintegration of you, because there is no end to not being specific.

If not suppressing thoughts and feelings by trying to organise them into something that seems to make sense, the uncontrolled energy of them will ignite a take-off to the empty breath.

When breathing in you follow thoughts and/or feelings – without excluding any of them – all the way to the top of the head. There the gentle explosion of their restlessness clear up everything and leaves nothing but the bliss of indifference to the apparent differences in the world and thus to you being someone definitive there.

Following the breath down to the abdomen, you are therefore in a state of not-knowing. You remain there by continually going up and down with the breath, and you leave it as soon as an appearance seems to make a difference.

This should not be understood as a state of not-knowing is in the flow of the physical breath – just like the music you turn on by hitting a button is not there. A state of not-knowing is nowhere in specific and therefore obscured by the experiences of time and space, that seems to confirm you as someone definitive in a world defined by time and space.

Following the rhythm of the breath as described above or in the other articles about it (see the next box) fascinate the brain, so it forgets to continually produce a conscious experience of you as someone definitive separated from others by time and space. As this is the primary purpose of following the breath, it is not essential to follow it in the exact same the way you interpret that it should be done according to Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings.

If you think you will find something better around the next corner, you will probably not notice the empty breath, because it is not behind anything but before everything. If you look for something, you will not notice the empty breath
Although being in the bliss of the empty breath, therefore, is very simple and straightforward, it may seem complicated if you are conditioned with the ideas of controlling and/or stopping thoughts because controlling or stopping anything is not possible in a state of not-knowing.

Neither is controlling and/or stopping thoughts beneficial for getting into a state of not-knowing. On the contrary. It is when you do not try to stop them, that they are free to speed up until the explosion of their restless energy ignites a take-off to the empty breath, and thus to a state of not-knowing, where there by the way still may appear to be thoughts. Yet there is nobody to care about them. That is why a state of not-knowing is so blissful.

Nor can you obtain a state of not-knowing through and concentration, because it is nowhere to be achieved. Yet being defocused, you do not need to, as without focus there is no experience of you as someone in a world defined by time and space. Hence there is not something appearing to hide, that the nothingness of you is no different from the empty breath.

The apparent difference between a boy or a girl, for example, must be upheld as real to sustain the belief, that you are someone definitive in a world defined by time and space. The flow of the empty breath is flexible
As a result of being defocused, you may forget the above description of how to go up and down with the rhythm of the breathing and end up going the other way around. Your distance of going up and down may also be diminished or enlarged, so when going up you pass the top of your head and going down you go below the abdomen. No worries. There is nobody to judge the apparent difference to make a difference.

Going up and down is very much like going with the swing of the empty breath or surfing the empty breath in a circular motion (see the paragraphs of the same names in the article What does ´the empty breath´ feel like?).

The brain will try to process a state of not-knowing into some kind of consciousness, that makes you appear to be very special, and if that seems flattering, you will probably be one more wandering off into a lot of nonsense about coming from your pure essence, heart and whatnot, which all confirm the image that the brain has fabricated of you as someone definitive and thus further obscure that which is you, namely the formlessness of oneness.

But whatever way you follow the flow of the empty breath you cannot stop at anything specific, neither the heart, although the brain likes you to feel that something special is coming from there*, so you do not realise, that every experience – including what is experienced to come from the heart – is a fabrication done by the brain from out of nothing.**

Do not worry if the above seems a bit complicated to you. You do not have to remember it. Just connect with the empty breath and go with the flow as it comes to you. Having done that a few times, you automatically return to the empty breath, when preferring to see the emptiness in grievances.

The flow of going up and down
Instead of remaining in a state of not-knowing after going down to the abdomen when the breath contracts the body, you can return to the conscious experience of being someone definitive in a world defined by time and space, when you leave the abdomen and with the expansion of the body return to the head.

Though your connection with the empty breath in this way is very short, the gentle explosion of the leftover thoughts and feelings from last time you were in the consciousness of being someone definitive, can be used to ignite a new take-off to the empty breath, so when the body contracts you follow the flow down to the abdomen and return to a state of not-knowing until you follow the flow up to the conscious experience of you as someone definitive – and so on.

In this way, you still appear to be someone who is conscious of itself but does not know what it means. In other words, you are in the world but not of it.

When not in the connectedness with the empty breath, grudges and so-called negative thoughts keep popping up as before. But as the indifference of the empty breath is sticky, the apparent difference between grudges and forgiveness or positive and negative thoughts does not appear to make a difference.

Do not try to figure out, when you are in and out of the empty breath, but enjoy the flow of going up and down. And do not spend time on caring about, who it is that is following the breath and when the contrast of going up and down completely cancels out itself and therefore also the experience of the world where you believe to be someone definitive, because when that occurs, there is nobody left to have an experience of time or anything else.

As time is an illusion, this has already happened or rather never happened, because it is not possible to be and have more than that which is one. But while you believe it is, enjoy the flow of going up and down slowly but surely undoing this belief

As reality is that which is one and as it takes more than one to go anywhere, it has nothing to say except I am here. But if you believe, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, here does not seem to be enough. No more than that which is one
Should you forget to follow the flow and thus forget about the empty breath, there is no reason to punish yourself, because there is no self to punish. It takes more than one to be or have a self, and as there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless, any kind of self is make-believe. For the same reason remembering the empty breath is also make-believe*****

Nevertheless remembering the empty breath makes it easier not to believe, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one – and as that means there is no more to pursuit, you are in the bliss of emptiness. But as it also requires more than one to be in this bliss, it is of course also an illusion.

Yet if you stay in this illusion for 20 minutes, 45 at most******, the brain falls into a coma and therefore unable to register anything. Thus there is not something that seems to hide, there never was and never will be more than that which is one.

+(+++) What is ´the empty breath´ about?

Everything fabricated – like for example this illustration of a yin-yang sign – is supposed to have a special appearance, so that the experience of it supplies the belief, that you are somebody special. But this is not the purpose of the empty breath. On the contrary. Its purpose is to undo the belief, that you are someone at all, which it does by helping you see, that the apparent differences in the world do not make a difference, so it does not matter whether anything appears perfect or not. If you want to occur as if you are somebody important in the low-frequency world of the outer senses you must appear to be perfect. But as there is nothing important to be in the high-frequency world of the inner senses, no perfection is needed there – neither to feel the empty breath. All that is needed to feel it, while appearing to be in the world of the outer senses, is that you have no intention of making a difference.

When people tell you to slow down and relax via mindfulness and whatnot, they take away your only way to be laid-back, because that comes from speeding up thoughts and feelings until you feel so confused, that you stop trying to control them and therefore no longer are preventing them from igniting a take off to ´the empty breath´, that synchronise the low-frequency world of the outer senses with the high frequency world of the inner senses, so that speedy thoughts and feelings are not felt to cause stress but tranquility.

Whatever seems to disturb you in the low-frequency world of the outer senses will not seem stressful, when the empty breath synchs it with the high-frequency world of the inner senses. Thus you slowly but surely become indifferent to your interpretation of right and wrong.

Once connected with the empty breath – even just for a split second – what you believe to be is undone and the nothingness of you is included in its nothingness, so no matter if you remember it or whatever you seem to think, feel or do, it remains with you. In other words, forgetting the empty breath does not change anything, except that you do not feel the transparent bliss of its indifference until you again ignite a take-off to it.

At times you may feel so angry, that you do not want to be guided by the empty breath, because you know it will make you indifferent to those you blame for having caused the anger, so you actively override its flow* in order to make sure, that they will be punished.

But since we receive what we give, it is you who suffers from the punishment (read more about that here). That is until you have had enough of manipulating the world into what you judge to be right and instead use your frustrations of what seems to be wrong to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´.

The empty breath is not the giver of joy and happiness but indifference
The nature of the empty breath is not happiness but indifference, and as this releases you from the boundaries of a world defined by time and space, it may feel as if you are in a merry-go-round world.

The empty breath is indifferent to differences, so if you do not fence it off by trying to exclude what you judge as negative in order to appear as if you are only positive, whatever you seem to feel will be interpreted by the indifference of the empty breath. Consequently feeling happy or sad is the same. Not in the sense that happiness and sadness feels the same, but in the sense that the apparent difference makes no difference.

But feelings never last, so if you hang onto pleasant feelings instead of going with the flow of being indifferent to feelings, your merry-go-round world will be replaced by its contrast, which is sadness But this is only so, because you mistook the empty breath for the giver of happiness instead of indifference, so if you stick with the latter, it makes no difference if you feel happy or sad, which is very blissful.

The swing of the inner breath may be experienced abruptly – like in this animation but probably a lot slower – in a s body with muscles problems from for example psoas or diafragma. There is no reason though trying to make it swing more smoothly by improving the condition of the body. The inner breath always adjust itself to the current condition of the body, so no matter how it moves it results in the same joy, providing you are not looking to be perfect.

In a sick body, the swing of the empty breath may be experienced to come in bursts – a bit like in this animation but probably slower. But no matter how restricted the swing of it is experienced, the connection with it will always entail indifference, so if you stick with that the way it is experienced makes no difference. Reasons for not feeling the empty breath
Not feeling the swing of the empty breath may be due to trying too much, focussing on it, or assuming the experience of it will make you feel something special. In these cases you are trying to fabricate a specific feeling yourself, wherefore forever changing connectedness with the empty breath cannot be sensed.

The same applies, if you try to override it* by taking a deep breath, shortening, pushing or holding back your breath every now and then, so there is time enough to make plans by yourself, and thus be established as an autonomous creature with a will of its own.

Basically there is only one reason for not feeling the empty breath, namely that you want to feel it, which is only possible because you believe to be something and not just nothing like the empty breath. In other words, to feel the empty breath you must step aside

The connectedness with the empty breath – either through its transparent sound, the swing of it, surfing its waves, or the sparkling force behind these rhythmic movements – is not a feeling that can be fabricated like for example a romantic evening generated by candles, special clothes, music and red wine. On the contrary. It is felt, when instead of busy trying to produce a specific feeling, the hectic energy is used as a take-off to the empty breath.

Following the guidance of the empty breath you are automatically multitasking, because it does not know the concept of focusing on something specific. So if you not feeling the empty breath multitasking will connect you with it.

The empty breath never feels the same
Even though the empty breath seems to produce a constant rhythm of expansion and contraction in the body, your experience of it may not be that of consistency. And you are right. It is not consistent, and it has no such need. Only those who believe to be somebody definitive has a need to be consistent, and as the empty breath does not believe to be anything at all, it does not need to uphold a consistent image of itself.

The empty breath can be compared to the cats in the home of Alexius. They go around as it pleases them, but he can always count on them to greet him when he gives them a call.

Feeling the empty breath is like receiving a new gift every moment. There is no way, however, to know what the gift is before receiving it, neither do you need to know, because you are in a state of not-knowing.

The energy at the root of the inner breath may be experienced a bit like this, but in less defined forms and colors.

Likewise, he can always count on the empty breath, and even though it only moves on its own accord, it is always to be felt in one way or the other. Maybe he experiences to be going up and down on a single wave several times in a row, where after he may feel the swing of it inside of his head, and then continue to surf of both of the yin-yang looking waves.

After igniting a take-off to the empty breath, he mostly lands in its very fast and chaotic energy at the root of it, which feels like freedom compared to the rigid world of the outer senses. Going to bed it may be the transparency of its sound that comes to him. But first of all he simply feels the indifference of the empty breath, and since that means the apparent differences in the world does not appear to make a difference, it is hardly a feeling.

Using other duality hacks to get to the indifference of the empty breath
As any other Duality Hack except the enlightenment of that which is one induces a state of not-knowing, you can use one or more of the those, if you have problems connecting with the empty breath.

No matter which of them or how many you apply, you will end up in a state of not-knowing, which always is the same in the sense that it entails an indifference to the belief in being someone definitive, wherefore there is nobody to experience nothing as if it is something, so you are in the transparent bliss of nothing.

+(+) What does ´the empty breath´ feel like? (in the process of being updated)

The inner breath is not restricted to be felt as a specific form, neither to only be felt inside. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As the empty breath is not something definitive, it cannot be felt in a specific way. Yet it can be felt anywhere within its non-definitive framework – whether that appears to be inside or outside the body, where you believe to be – but never consistently the same, although it is constantly there.

The empty breath can be felt in many different ways within its non-definable framework of a ball like thingy, that passes through the head – or above it – and the stomach or below it. Yet it is not experienced in relation to the body and what seems to be inside or outside of it, because the empty breath does not of anything definitive.

This is not because the empty breath experiences everything in a world where there seems to be more than one to be spiritual, but that nothing is experienced to be there since experiences is a hallucination made from out of nothing. Read more about that here.

Having an out-of-body experience is based on the belief that you are someone in a body, which is the opposite of the experience that comes from the connectedness with the empty breath, as it undoes the belief that you are someone definitive. See also the article Believing to be in or outside the body is equally insane.

Thus the connectedness with the empty breath is not an out-of-body experience, but a no-body experience. This does not mean, however, that you do not take care of the body, your beloved ones and whatnot when connected with the empty breath, but that it makes no difference if doing so seems to pay off or not.

In the connectedness with the empty breath there is nothing that appears to be disturbing, but trying to connect with it everything seems disturbing, because the purpose of trying is delaying, so you want to be disturbed.

The inner breath has no definitive center or anything else in a fixed position, so your experience of it may be different from mine. Maybe you primarily experience it in the stomach, in the chest or both inside and outside of your body within the non definitive borders of a ball. It may change from moment to moment, as  – unlike this image – it is not static. This image however illustrates when all its movements are experienced simultaneously, which feels as if the everything stands still.

The empty breath has no definitive centre or border or anything else that is in a fixed position. Everything is always moving, so the experience of it changes from moment to moment from as if it is in the stomach, in the chest or both inside and outside the body. So if your experience differs from the descriptions in this article, go with the flow as it comes to you.

Feelings are subjective
If you are very future-minded, the empty breath may be felt as coming from somewhere in front of you, whereas being minded about the past it may be felt to come from the back. And if you are into the concepts of living in the now, being centred and balanced, it may be felt as it has a fixed centre. In other words, the experience of it is coloured by own your conditioning.

This is not a problem for the empty breath, because contrary to you it has no need to be acknowledged in a specific way. So whether you experience it in the stomach, the chest, inside or outside of the body it carries out its one and only purpose, namely to make you indifferent to the apparent different experiences in the world where you believe to be.

As the empty breath is not static, the experience of it may change from moment to moment, and you may experience it in other ways than described in this article.

No worries. Feeling the empty breath is not about approaching it in the right way, but going with the flow. It is only in the world of the outer senses, you must do the right thing so you can feel better than those judged to do the wrong thing.

The empty breath is indifferent to all the apparent differences of the world, so the more you connect with it, the more you adapt to this indifference and the less you want to be someone who makes a difference.

A basic intro to the non-definitive form of the empty breath
The empty breath has the form of an egg-shaped ball with lots of oval circles moving inside it, but contrary to what you see in the illustration to the right, it does not have a definitive centre or border. Neither do the circles inside of it, and there are so many that there is no space between them. Nor are they empty. Each one of them contains two yin-yangs like waves, looking a bit like in the second image from here.

That the empty breath has a non-definitive form does not only mean that the edges of it are blurry but that neither its size or shape is constant. It may grow bigger and smaller here and there so that it momentarily feels to be more pear-shaped than egg-shaped.

As there is no up and down in the empty breath, the biggest part of the pear-shaped version of it may seem to be in the top as well as in the bottom, or in the sides or anywhere in between. And as the apparent centre of each one of the oval circles appearing to be inside the non-definitive ball of the empty breath is floating around, there is no fixed centre.

Even though there appear to be an endless amount of diffused shaped circles inside the non-definitive boundaries of the empty breath, and they are moving in each their own direction with each their own yin-yang like formed waves moving inside them, they are actually fused into one movement of two yin-yangs like waves rolling in all directions – at bit like in the next animation in the paragraph The swing of the empty breath or in the two last animations of this article.

But as the above is very difficult to comprehend in a world where life seems to be divided into more than one, most will probably not feel the totality of the empty breath, but one of the many circles that seems to make up the empty breath, if you are conditioned to divide reality in more than one. No worries. It is not about perfection but going with the flow, as it comes to you.

The empty breath has no specific centre, and though it seems to consists of many different movements in each their own size and shape, everything is actually fused into one single move. As this may be hard to comprehend in a world where there seems to be more than one it is most likely easier to experience to experience an aspect of it.

For most, the flow will be to circle from the abdomen or stomach around the back of the body to the top of the head or above it when breathing in, and from there going in a circular movement in front the body back to the stomach or abdomen when breathing out.

It can also be felt the other way around. The direction does not matter. It is all about going with the flow, which in this circular movement feels like surfing the empty breath. Another way straightforward way of experiencing it is to sense the swing of it, which contrary to surfing it is rather a feeling of having two very soft sticks swinging inside the body – up and down and back and forth at the same time. Be aware though, that feeling the empty breath as described in this article is only possible to the extent that you do not you care about being or having more of anything, whether that appears to be spiritual, mental, emotional or materialistic, because the empty breath has not something to give but the transparent bliss of nothing.

A basic intro to the ways of feeling the empty breath
Sensing the operator of the empty breath (see the below paragraph of the same name) or the indifference of it (check out the paragraph The empty breath is not the giver of joy and happiness but indifference) is a state of not-knowing where you seem to be floating on clouds of bliss, whereas the state of not-knowing coming from the rhythmic flow of it is more like if you are moved by clouds of bliss.

The rhythm of the empty breath can be heard as a distant sound (see the paragraph The transparent sound of the empty breath) or felt inside the body (see the paragraph The swing of the empty breath), or sensed as if nobody is surfing two yin-yang like waves inside and outside the body (see the next paragraph).

Each of the non-definable circles inside the non-definable ball of the empty breath – see the previous illustration – consist of two yin-yangs like looking waves (but without the two holes), that are not fixated and probably moves in sync with the breath – or rather the breath moves in sync with them. It is therefore not so much about following the extraction and contraction of the physical breath but the flow of the empty breath, which may feel like you are surfing the outside of the two yin-yangs like waves more or less in sync with the physical breath. The colours in this image only have an illustrative purpose.

Surfing the empty breath
The illustration above to the right shows a very simplified simulation of the empty breath in which you are not able to see that the number of circles inside it is endless. Nor does it reflect that the empty breath has no definitive border or centre and each of the circles inside it contains two non-definitive waves like in the above image, that can be surfed. Please notice that although the waves look like the two parts of a yin-yang sign, they have no holes. And as they actually are colourless, the colours in the images and all the others this article only have an illustrative purpose.

When the body is expanded by the breath, you surf the outside of the yellow wave, that starts from the abdomen or below it and then go behind the body into the head or on top of it. From there you surf the outside of the blue wave in front of the body, while the breath is contracting the body until you come back to the abdomen or below it. That is if you are sensing the waves in a circle going from the back to the front of the body.

Besides surfing the waves in that circle, you can surf the waves in a circle going from the left to the right side of the body and in circles anywhere in between these. No matter what circle you are surfing, you mostly feel the waves in the circular movement outside the body.

It is not about being in total synch with the rhythm of the physical expansion and contraction of the body, neither does it matter if part of the circular movement is skipped. What matters is to follow the flow as it comes to you, as that makes you forget the physical breath so it can take care of itself without any interruption from you being stressed or trying to impose ideas of balance, tranquillity and whatnot upon it.

Maybe the most joyous way to surf the flow of the waves is to go the whole way around one of them and then continue going the entire way around the other one, more or less in alignment with the breath extracting and contracting the body. There may be more joyous ways revealed to you, when following the flow.

Alexius has never been surfing in the world of the outer senses, so that following the flow of the two yin-yang like waves feels like surfing them is an imagination of his.

You can also surf the opposite way than described in the above. Going counterclockwise tends to lessen physical awareness so this might speed up undoing the belief in being someone substantial in a tangible world. The same applies if the non-definable edges of the empty breath are not experienced to touch the body but pass it on top of the head and below the abdomen, as that means there is no relation to the body when surfing it.

Thus you are set free from the body (read more about this here), and the body is set free from you, so it can follow its biological system without you trying to control it based on the unfortunate belief in a body-mind connection, which is not possible. Just like you cannot import physical elements in a dream or vice versa. This does of course not mean, that you should refrain from consulting a qualified health care professional, who can assist in supporting the biological system of the body.

You cannot be someone definitive, when going with the flow of the empty breath, so the belief in being someone separated from the formlessness of that which is one is slowly but surely being undone.

As already said, there is no right way of being with the empty breath. Unlike in the world of the outer senses, where a wrong move can be fatal, there is no right way of going with the flow of the empty breath, so no need to bother about the right way of doing it. Besides going with the flow of the empty breath, you will soon be indifferent to what is right or wrong.

Going with the flow without knowing where and why.

Generally speaking, you will as already stated, mostly feel the flow of the waves in one circle – probably the one going from the back to the front of the body or the other way around – but you can also jump from circle to circle or feel them all simultaneously. It is not important. Neither is it essential to know all this.

As it takes more than one to feel something, it is only in a world where there seems to be more than one that feeling something is possible, so the more the belief in such a world is undone by the empty breath, the less you feel it.

Alexius was not aware of the empty breath in such a detailed way as described in this article before he started writing what the empty breath feels like and therefore took a closer look upon it. He usually just follows the flow without thinking about direction and whatnot, because in his case the flow mostly results in the sense of indifference.

But if you want, it is possible to be a bit more choosy than he generally is. Apparent problems with the past, or in the back, may benefit from being massaged by the empty breath through surfing both sides of a single wave in the back of you.

Should you need to be grounded, you could choose to surf all the way around a single wave passing through the abdomen or even lower in the direction from the back to the front of you, or the other way, or from side to side, or both of those waves, or any one or more waves in between.

And if you feel the need to be intuitive or fact-minded (the right or left side of the brain), you could surf both of the waves passing the head from side to side in relation to it. The same, but around the chest, would be fine if it is hollow and seems to restrict the breath. That direction, but maybe around the head or stomach instead, is also very good in the case of vertigo, eventually combined with surfing the waves back and forth, where the waves may adjust themselves to go from feet to head.

In the case of a blocked abdomen, you surf a single wave down there in front of the body going sideways from right to left or the other way. You could also just surf back and forth the front of the wave. The size of the wave adjusts to the need for opening up the abdomen. Has sadness been hidden there, you may feel like crying. If so you take your time to do so and then return to the same part of the empty breath if that is where the flow calls for you to go.

It could also call for surfing a combination of single waves, for example interchange between surfing the wave at the abdomen and a single wave in front of you, that does not go sideways but from the head to abdomen or the other way. Maybe surfing them simultaneously or maybe not just single waves but both waves in a circular movement around the abdomen and from the back and forth of you – or whatever combination that seems beneficial to you in regards to the problem.

There are many possibilities, but in general, it is best not to choose anything, and to go with the flow as it comes to you, because that sets the body free to heal itself. That is why it is so good in cases of psychosomatic disorders. Read more about that here. It is not commendable though to catch every detail about the empty breath in this article, as an intellectual understanding will not help you to feel the connectedness with the empty breath. On the contrary.

You cannot illustrate the inner breath, as it has no definitive form. This animation, however, may give you an idea about the ´structure´ of the inner breath and the high frequency of its inner movement, which seems to originate from an yin yang like curved line – not just as curved though. It feels like, it is the swing of this floating line that expands and contracts the body, so that it breathes in and out. Unlike an yin yang sign the inner breath is not a flat circle with a curved line, but rather a ball wherein the curved line swings upwards and downwards as well as sideways, forwards and backwards and everything in between. Unfortunately the animation is not able illustrate that, neither how slow the swing of it actually feels in the body. Even though it extremely active inside the ball, the experience of it is that it has all the time in the world to expand and contract the body.

It is not possible to illustrate the swing of the empty breath, because it has no definable form or movement. This animation, however, may give you an idea about how the swing of it feels as if it is coming from a non-definitive curved line, that is to be compared to the line in between the two forms of a yin-yang sign – but less curved. The swing of this line expands and contracts the body so that it breathes in and out. But unlike in a yin-yang sign the swing of the empty breath is not inside a flat circle but rather a non-definable ball, wherein there are many non-definable circles with each their own curved line. Depending on where one of these circles are experienced to be located in regards to the standard definitions of directions the swing of the empty breath is experienced to swing upwards and downwards, sideways, forwards and backwards or anywhere in between. Unfortunately, the animation is not really illustrating this, neither that though the swing of it is mighty, the experience of it may be that it is in no hurry to expand and contract the body.

The swing of the empty breath
What is said in the above about surfing the empty breath generally speaking also apply to feeling the swing of it, except that it is felt solely inside the body, where the movement of the non-definitive curved line between the two waves is sensed as a swing, that extracts and contracts the body in a steady rhythmic flow of breathing in and out. Due to the limited size of the body though, this line is felt less curved and probably also shorter than the line between the two waves described in the above.

The steady swing of the empty breath may seem to expand and contract the body slower than when you imagined being in charge of breathing. Yet the swing of the empty breath probably feels more powerful – so much indeed, that at first, it feels like the body does not have enough room for it. Maybe the break in between expansion and contraction also feels too long.

Just like surfing the empty breath can be done with any of the circles within the non-definitive borderline of the empty breath, the swing of it can be felt through the movement of the curved line floating in the middle of any one of these circles.

In other words, the curved line is not just pumping from the back to front in relation to the body but also up and down, from side to side and everywhere in between, as you may sense in the illustration to the left. Though you can feel all these directions simultaneously, it may be so foreign to you that you probably prefer following the swing of the empty breath in one circle at a time.

Alexius experiences the swing of the empty breath merged into one simultaneously movement, that feels like no movement at all, when listening to the opening of the opera ´Ahhnaten´ by Philip Glass.

If you experience the swing of the empty breath in all its directions simultaneously, the fusion of them at first feels as everything is spinning – see the speedy animation just below – but it quickly turns into a feeling of everything standing still – see the third image from here – so you feel breathless and the bliss of being indifferent to whatever you appear to be.

Connecting to the inner breath is fortunately not about perfection, as that requires much control and therefore blocks the inner breath to move on its own accord. The inner breath is always connected to you, but you cannot feel it if your purpose is to be someone definitive. In other words not being anybody the inner breath is not hidden. In fact it is very intense.

The swing of the empty breath is not felt as fast as the movements in this animation, but rather like a steady ongoing rhythm that with much force expands and contracts the body. Yet the resulting breath in the body is often very subtle and probably seems to be slower than you are used to – unlike the driving force behind the rhythm of the empty breath, that is a rush of energy within the non-definable ball of it. And even though the particles of this force is moving completely unstructured and at any speed, fast or slow – a bit like in this animation – it is such a relief to merge with this apparent chaos, as that prevents you from focussing on anything specific, so you feel like a fountain sparkling with joy.

The operator of the empty breath
Besides from feeling the swing of the empty breath or as if you are surfing on the outer sides of two yin-yang like waves in alignment with the extraction and contraction of the breath, you can also feel a constant rush of energy within the non-definable border of the empty breath. This chaotic energy at the root of the empty breath is not in line with the rhythm of the breath. Yet it is the force behind it. The feeling of it is a subtle sense of being here, there and everywhere or as if spinning through a world with no limits.

There are no rules, but it could very well be, that a take-off to ´the empty breath´ will take you to this aspect of the empty breath … and what a relief it is to float in chaos instead of having to fit into the rigid world of the outer senses.

Unlike the swing of the empty breath but like surfing its waves, this force is felt both inside and outside of the body. It is probably easier to feel its very subtle energy outside of the body because there the dense bodily feeling is not an obstacle. If you do not try to catch it, but go with its fleetness, it feels like you are a fountain of sparkling joy.

Sensing the operator of the empty breath outside of the body, you will automatically be taken inside, as the operator does not know one from the other. From there you may be transferred to the rhythmic flow of surfing or feeling the swing of the empty breath.

The apparent chaos at the root of the empty breath, where the operator of it resides and where you most likely land after igniting the empty breath, is therefore a good starting point, when you want to feel the rhythmic flow of the empty breath.

If you out of habit try to focus on the empty breath to hear the transparent sound of it (see the next paragraph) or feel its rhythmic flow, your effort to pinpoint it will fence it off. A more beneficial way to approach tits rhythmic flow and transparent sound of it is, therefore, to start in the chaos at the root of the empty breath – whether sensed in front or back of the body, on top of it or all around it – as that leaves nothing specifically for you to focus on, wherefore there is not something definitive blocking out hearing or feeling the rhythmic flow of the empty breath.

The transparent sound of the empty breath
Just like the rhythm of bass is not only heard but also felt in the body, so is the sound of the empty breath, which is like ´so´ when it expands the body and ´ham´ when contracting it.

Sometimes this rhythmic sound of ´so-ham´ seems to come from the nose and sometimes from an undefined space in the back of the head. But since there does not seem to be any boundaries, the sound neither is experienced to be inside or outside the head. At other times it seems to come from a distant space outside the body as if the breath has nothing to do with your appearance in a body.

Feeling the sound of the empty breath is not a compelling experience like feeling the rhythm of bass, because it cancels out the feeling of being in a specific body – as if there is no definable border between the body and its apparent surrounding. A sofa, for example, does not seem to differ from the body sitting in it.

This is basically due to the brain not being able to create a conscious experience of the signals it claims to receive from the sensory system of the body, when you are connected with the empty breath (read more about that here), wherefore there is nobody to divide them into judgments of inside and outside, good and bad, high and low, me and them and so on. Hence the apparent differences in the experience of in a world where there seems to be more than one do not appear to make a difference.

Since this means there is nothing to define such a world, it becomes obvious it is not real but a fantasy made from out of nothing. But just like the reality in the world of a game is the same whether you believe it to be real or not, the reality of a world where there seems to be more than one remains the same, when you sense it is an illusion. Your relation with it, however, is forever changed. There is nobody to believe you are someone definitive there because it is something you pretend (see hack #1.4 Pretending to be someone definitive).

Do not get attached to the rhythm of the empty breath, because the feeling of the rhythm is related to the body, so it stops when the body ends.

Since a rhythm has a beginning and an end, it is best not to get attached to the rhythm of the empty breath as it manifests in the swing or transparent sound of the empty breath, as otherwise it is the end of you when the body stops to function. In that moment it is better to merge with the indifference of the empty breath or the non rhythmic and very chaotic energy in the operator of empty breath, so that there is not something specific to stop the enlightenment of that which is one from absorbing the nothingness of you.

Via the transparent sound of the empty breath, you may naturally float into glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, which the visual-minded will experience as visions of light and the auditory minded as ethereal harmonies. If you are more emotional minded, you may feel the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises or taste the sweetness of life.

These glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one, for example, the visual aspect of it, will merge into one, if not interpreted as something specific. Hence there is no experience of that which is you being different from that which is one, so nothing seems to hide there never was or will be more than the formlessness of oneness.

The empty breath is not an appearance that can be manifested by the manipulating the physical breath or by exercising any other form of control.

Hearing or feeling the empty breath is not something that can be provoked by the execution of specific exercises. It is the other way around. When you are not looking for something specific, the empty breath can move on its own accord.

A bicycle has nothing to do with the place, it is transporting you to.

This is not to say, that techniques cannot be helpful in regards to tone down the experience of you as someone definitive so that the apparent existence of you in the tangible world fabricated by the brain does not seem to be a fact but make-believe. Unfortunately most forget, that techniques have nothing to do with what they seem to accomplish. Just like a remote control have nothing to do with the music it triggers.

As the connection with the empty breath is a state of not-knowing there is no awareness of separation. Hence the apparent difference between past, now and future or you and Alexius does not make a difference.

It is not possible to illustrate the inner breath in its totality. This yon yang animation (please abstract from the holes) though may give you an idea of the simultaneously movement of the two waves inside the inner breath.

The connectedness with the empty breath is a state of not-knowing
Alexius does not really know what the connectedness with the empty breath feels like because it is a state of not-knowing. However, for the purpose of writing about it, he had many short moments of the empty breath ignited, so that he from the vague memories of those could write what it felt like.

The empty breath is not only to be experienced within its border, because it has no specific border, so if you are experiencing it somewhere else, you have really become indifferent to the belief in being someone definitive, because only as such would you expect to experience it somewhere specific.

Remember that just like the experience of an orgasm is a very personal thing, so is the experience of the connectedness with the empty breath, even though what you experience is not personal and that you actually have no consciousness about it, since the connection is established half a second before a conscious experience of you as someone definitive is fabricated by the brain. Read more about that here.

In the resulting state of not-knowing what and where you are, which lasts until you insist that the apparent differences registered by the brain make a difference and you, therefore, must be someone separated from what you see. Until then there is nobody to experience, how blissful it is not believing to be someone definitive.

In other words, the feelings of the empty breath are memories, that pop up when you again believe to be someone definitive. And as memories are based on a very personal selection, your memories may be coloured in another way than in the above descriptions based on the memories of Alexius.

Where to find the bliss of ´the empty breath´

The bliss of the empty breath may be felt like an intangible yin-yang sign

When you do not believe to be made of substantial elements – whether appearing to be subtle or solid – empty space takes over.* This can of course not be illustrated, so this yin yang illustration is just simulating the swing of the empty breath coming out of it. Since the bliss of nothingness, that sets in when connecting with the empty breath, is a state of not-knowing, it is not possible to connect with it when in the consciousness of being someone definitive. Thus the connection must be established before the brain based on signals, it claims to receive from the sensory system, renders a world defined by time and space, as if it is you who have a conscience experience of it therefore are someone in it.

Science states, the world we seem to feel and see consist of 99.9999999 percent empty space. And the rest – despite it also is empty space and just like a dream has nothing substantial in it – is what we perceive to be elements of matter making up a world defined by time and space.

Thus appearing to be someone definitive is make-believe, no matter what and where you appear to be.

On account of this taking one second for the brain to accomplish, there are countless of seconds where a connection with the empty breath can be established (see how in the articles Take-offs to ´the empty breath´, and How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´ ), because in those seconds unprocessed by the brain, there is nothing to define you and therefore no consciousness of being someone definitive, so there is no difference between the nothingness of you and that of the the empty breath.

Believing to coming from the heart is a way to bypass the brain, so that you appear to be more special and/or spiritual than the basic self it preserves. But it is just like painting your hair. It still comes from the head.

This has nothing to do with coming from the heart, which is just something you imagine to make you feel more special and to feel closer to your pure your essence instead of being somebody insignificant. But you have no pure essence. You are nothing. Thus being insignificant is closer to that which is you, because when you are nothing, something does not appear to hide, there is no more thanthat which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless

How to connect with the bliss of the empty breath

You connect with the empty breath by not connecting with the consciousness of you as someone definitive experiencing the tangible world, that the brain spends a second to fabricate from what the senses seem to have picked up in empty space. You can compare this to not turning on a video game, because you rather want to experience the physical world – except that connecting with the empty breath is not a conscious experience but a state of not-knowing, and you have less than a second to connect with that instead of the image the brain fabricate as if you are someone definitive. This is plenty of time though, provided you are willing to not be conscious of something but be a servant of nothing. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As the empty breath sees no separation, it has no need to connect with you, no matter what and where you believe to be. You on the other hand need to connect with it, if you want to be indifferent to the belief in the brains conversion of empty space into a world where you seem to be someone separated from everything else by time and space. Forget about being conscious of the empty breath, as what you are conscious about is never the present but the past.

Having connected with the empty breath in the second that has not yet been processed by the brain and hereafter not picking up on the brains deceptive fabrication of you as someone living in a capsule of time and space, the second unprocessed by the brain is extended into a state of not-knowing.

This state though cannot last more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, if you want to remain as if you are someone definitive, because if the brain is not constantly occupied with thoughts, that seems to confirm the conscious experience of you as someone definitive, it falls into coma.

So being in a state of not-knowing for more than 20 minutes, 45 at most, is the end of being there or anywhere else, because the signals that appears to come from empty space are no longer registered by the brain, wherefore there is neither nothing or something that seems to cover up, there never was or will be anything else than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore has no beginning or end.

Is it the bliss of the empty breath that undoes the belief in being someone definitive, or is the undoing of this belief that causes the bliss of the empty breath? Since that question arises from the belief in being someone definitive, which is an illusion fabricated by the brain, there is no answer to it, neither to who has fabricated this illusion or who choose to have the belief in it undone. How not to be deceived by the brains fabrication of you as someone definitive in a world defined by time and space but instead drift in the bliss of not-knowing is a question that cannot be answered, since it is founded on the belief that you are someone definitive, and the bliss of not-knowing comes from the indifference to that belief.

Neither can it be known, if it is the empty breath or not believing to be someone definitive that comes first in regards to be in the transparency of not-knowing. The only reason somebody want to know this – or anything else in regards to a state of not-knowing – is that they believe to be defined by what they know, and they rather remain as somebody definitive than nobody in the bliss of not-knowing.

Thus the above about where to find the transparent bliss, that the empty breath entails, is not an attempt to answer the question but to rule it out. The same applies to the below, which is a further exploration of the above.

what you see is a translation produced by the brain


It takes time for the brain to correct the signals, it receives from the eyes about a flower, for example, so that it does not appear to be upside down but a coherent right-side-up image in the way you expect to see a flower. In other words, what you experience to see now is an edit version of the past. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

It takes time for the brain to adopt the signals it seems to receive from your eyes, so they appear to be something substantial in the tangible world, we collectively have agreed to see outside of us. All the signals, for example, must to be flipped in order to produce an image of a world that does not appear to be upside down. Read more about that here.

This is not a skill, we are born with. The brain in a baby does not know how to do that. But in order to integrate the baby in the belief system of the world, the brain must quickly learn how to turn the incoming signals into a coherent right-side-up image, so it seems the baby is having the same experience of the world as everybody else.

You do not know what you are reading in this very moment, because what you believe to read now is the brains delayed adaption of the signals, it received from your eyes one second ago. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Where to enter the transparent bliss of the empty breath?
Even though it only takes the brain a few milliseconds to register the signals, it receives from the eyes in this very moment, what you are conscious about right now is something else, because the brain needs a second more to process a conscious experience of those signals, so that you believe they are what you experience to see now.

The brain extrapolate the second it uses to process the signals, it claims to receive from the senses, into an experience that seems to confirm, you are someone definitive experiencing them now not one second ago.

In other words, since your conscious experience of now is a delayed interpretation of the signals the eyes received one second ago, what you believe to read now was read in the past.

When not organising thoughts and feelings into specific categories, they do not seem to represent something in a substantial world. Hence there is nothing to block out the empty breath, that does not know of such a world or that you believe to be someone there. All it knows is the nothingness from which this fantasy has been made, because it is that nothingness.

now is a delayed interpretation of the past

The data, that your experience of this image are based on, the brain received from your eyes at least one second ago. In other words, your experience of now is a delayed interpretation of the past fabricated by the brain in order to fool you into believing, that you are someone definitive having your own life. As this means you are never conscious of the present but the past, and as the empty breath is only in the present, the way to connect with it is to not be conscious but return to the second of no consciousness (see how in the articles Take-offs to ´the empty breath´ and How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´ ), where the signals from the sensory organs have not been processed by the brain into a conscious experience of you as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Since there is nobody in this second unprocessed by the brain, there is not somebody to believe, that the apparently different signals received via the sensory system are making a difference. Thus the brains interpretation of them, as if they are a reflection of different substantial elements making up a world where there seems to be more than one is exposed to be a fiction, that hides they are a reflection of nothing and not of something, wherefore there is no differences that appear to separate you from the empty breath.

The experience of a dimensional world is a fabrication of the brain, which it produces by overlaying the flat signals hitting the two eyes into one seamless image of a 3D world. See hack #2.4 Life is flat or hack #2.6 Size does not matter.

what you believe to be is the brain

The brain uses five percent of its capacity to construct a self, that through selected parts of the signals hitting the sensory organs in combinations with singled out memories, feelings and imaginations make up an exciting story about itself, that is stored all over inside the brain, as if it is you. How long time does connectedness with the empty breath lasts?
It is just five percent of the brain, that is used to shape the conscious experience of ourself as somebody defined by time and space. Much more space though is needed to establish this experience as real. Thus a big part of the brain is constantly occupied with thoughts about ourselves, as if they are caused by a tangible world experienced to revolve around us and therefore seem to confirm, that we are somebody definitive. If not kept busy by making it appear, as if there is something where there is nothing, the brain falls into coma, so you can only remain as if you are someone in the tangible world fabricated by it, if you do not float too long in the transparent bliss of a state of not-knowing, that the empty breath entails.

It seems, that when the brain is not kept busy with thoughts, we appear to think ourselves about ourselves (see No talking is needed to come back to that which is one and The ins and outs of the inner senses) for 20 minutes, 45 at the most, it falls apart – and since all our selected memories are stored there and the sum of them is what we believe to be, this belief falls apart as well.

When you look for something better, a state of not-knowing is fenced off, until you are so fed up with looking for the best, that the almost involuntary reflex to divide the world into better and worse is dismissed in favour for the indifference of the empty breath. Thus connecting with the empty breath is not a matter of doing it right but having had enough.

Thus a state of not-knowing cannot last too long at a time. That is not a problem though, because mostly it lasts no longer than the moment it takes for the uncontrolled speed of thoughts and emotions to ignite it (see Take-offs to ´the empty breath´ and How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´ ).

In the bliss of the empty breath you are indifferent to being and having more

The urge to be and have more is the cause of all suffering, because more wants more, so there will never be enough. That is not a problem though, when connected with the empty breath, because it is indifferent to differences, so you always have enough. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Even in a state of not-knowing the urge to be someone special may be so deep-rooted, that it paves the way for the brain – maybe just for a split second – to break through with its version of you as someone, who can be and have something special, if agreeing to identify selected sensory signals to be better than others, for example those that seem to manifest you in a special relation with a spouse, children of yours, pets or bodily wellness.

As nothing appears to make a difference in a state of not-knowing, there is no special place to go or someone special to love, so if having a need for something special, it feels as being inside an unbreakable armour of pain instead of floating in the bliss of nothingness.

If not trying to escape this feeling of claustrophobia but including it as it is, it is not definable as something and thus nothing but that from where bliss of nothingness is coming.

Compared to this vision of you as someone special in control of what to be and have, the simple bliss of nothingness seems boring, because there is nobody to be excited about being and having something special.

Love, empathy and whatnot are feelings fabricated by the brain, so that the experience of you as someone definitive, seems to be a happy one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

When you succeed in having sex with somebody, the brain rewards you by releasing dopamine, which is the same it releases if you take drugs. And if the relation goes on it is not about love but to follow the demands of the brain, so it will release a new shot of dopamine.

Like everything else this has an end. But if you start showing more empathy in your relation, the brain is gonna reward you with shots of oxytocin – also called ´the hugging hormone´ – that instantly creates a feeling of happiness. And if you go along with the instructions of the brain, you will soon have a baby to cuddle.

Thus a state of not-knowing is left behind by imagining to be so special, that someone else, who also is special, is impressed and wants to be in a special relationship with you, so what you seem to have together can replace the feeling of loneliness, that arises from judging someone or something to be special.

That is, until you are so weary from living up to the expectations of being someone special, that you prefer to use your frustration as a take-off to the empty breath (see how in the articles Take-offs to ´the empty breath´ and How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´ ), and float in the bliss of nothingness, that arises from being indifferent to the desire of being and having something special.

The bliss of the empty breath is a state of not-knowing, that is all-inclusive

If you try to exclude the desire for something special in order to remain in a state of not-knowing, you are already out of it, because being in a state of not-knowing is all-inclusive, contrary to being someone definitive, that is exclusive. So if not excluding but including your desire, you are still nobody in the bliss of not-knowing, and thus in its guidance of everything included.

In this case you used hack #3.5 Inclusiveness is pure bliss. But you could also have continued by using a hack to connect with the empty breath by using the restless energy of your desire to ignite a take-off to the empty breath (see How to ignite a take-off to ´the empty breath´ ), as all the duality hacks are interchangeable.

Even though Alexius mostly was in a state of not-knowing, when he for two days was stuck in the rainforest without food and water, it was the inclusion of his fear, that made it possible for the empty breath to use it in guiding him to a helicopter, that wired him up from there. See the article Every moment is the perfect moment – also for dying in the rainforest.

The bliss of the empty breath has no centre

The flow of the empty breath goes in all directions within its non definable frame as a circle with no fixed centre. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

So when not insisting that your spouse and whatnot is special, which is done by not excluding but including your desire to be and have something special (see hack #3.5 Inclusiveness is pure bliss), the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one do not make appear to make difference, and you continue in the flow of the empty breath, that helps you dealing with everything included.

The flow of the empty breath goes in all directions – up and down, back and forth, from right to left, or anywhere in between – within its non-definable borders of a circle with no fixed centre or size (see the illustrations in What does ´the empty breath´ feel like?).

It makes no difference to the empty breath though what direction you follow or how much you are connected with it. Your willingness to connect is all that it wants (see the paragraph The only requirement is willingness in INTRO TO HACK #5-7, ´The empty breath´ and the bliss of not believing to be someone). And if it is there, it automatically syncs the inner and outer senses, so the sense of stability in the inner ones helps you to get through the sense of instability in the outer ones (see What and where are the inner and outer senses).

You cannot know what is in your own best interest, because you believe to be someone in need of something special. The empty breath, however, knows what you believe to be is not something but nothing. Thus what you need is not the excitement of something but the bliss of nothing.

This does not mean, it will seem easier to get a new spouse, more money and whatnot in the world of the outer senses, but that it is easier seeing, it makes no difference what you appear to be and have, because that which is you is not a limited creature in a capsule of time and space but the formlessness of oneness.

In the bliss of the empty breath you do not know what and where you are

In a state of not-knowing, you do not know what and where you are. No worries. It is not needed. On the contrary. It is the assumption, that you know what and where you are, that covers the bliss of not-knowing it. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

More ways to a state of not-knowing
Inclusiveness also results in a state of not-knowing (see hack #3.5 Inclusiveness is pure bliss), and so does pretending to be someone instead of believing to be that (see hack #1.4 Pretending to be someone definitive), or having glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one (see hack #5-7.2 The enlightenment of that which is one cannot be found in a world where there seems to be more than one, but glimpses of it can), or perceiving everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one (see hack #2.2 Everything experienced is a symbol of life), or acknowledging that the experience of such a world is something you are having alone together (see hack #8.8 Alone together is the key to that which is one).

All other duality hacks (see More Duality Hacks and Extra Duality Hacks) except the enlightenment of that which is one also result in a state of not-knowing. If they differ from each other is not to say, as the brain does not fabricate a conscious experience of them.

How many triangles are there in this image?
As the brain automatically fill in the missing pieces in this image to make you believe, that you see two triangles, you will probably disagree with the grey triangle being an illusion and the one partly framed by a black stroke being disconnected.

But if you cover the three incomplete black circles, the grey triangle disappears and the other one is fragmentary.

Since it is the brain that decides what we see, hear, feel, smell and taste, we are not free, but something fabricated and controlled by it to believe, we are somebody in a world where there seems to be more than one, and not the formlessness of that which is one.

Hence there is nothing to heal but the sick belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, which is done by connecting with the empty breath in the second before the brain fabricate a conscious experience of us, as if we are somebody in a world where there seems to be more than one.

This does not mean, that the empty breath is the formlessness of that which is one, as it takes more than one to be anything, but that it metaphorically speaking is the door to that which is one, where there is no being, awareness or anything else that requires more than one.

The brain deceives you to fence off the bliss of the empty breath

When the brain every now and then screens out what you see, so you do not get seasick from the movement of your eyes, it fills the gaps based on past memories. But as they most often have been heavily edited, the story fabricated by the brain to fill in the gaps may clash with the story of the present, so that the discrepancy makes you feel, that something is wrong in you or the world. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

You are literally blind at least two hours a day
You are probably not aware, that every now and then throughout the day you are literally blind, because the brain screens out what you see, so you do not get seasick from the eyes are moving around. The reason you do not notice being blind two hours a day is that the brain hides it by filling the gaps with visual impressions of what it predicts to happen.

Not you but the brain is in charge
In the first episodes of a new TV show there are hints pointing to the forthcoming ones, and as the brain thrives from envisaging what is going to happen next, it is trapped into anticipating the future of the characters and thus enchanted by its own predictions into a state of amusement.

The writers of Game of Thrones try to hook you up and fence of the bliss of the empty breath

The writers of ´Game of Thrones´ want us to bond emotionally with the characters, so that we feel attracted to them, as if they are real and not just a fantasy. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

But the future of the characters does not turn out as predicted by the brain, because the writers of the show do not comply with their own hints, when writing the next episodes. Thus the fate of the characters becomes a mystery, that the brain hopes to unravel in the following episodes, wherefore it compels you to stick with the show until the very end. In other words, it is not you but the brain that is in charge.

But as the predictions fabricated by the brain to fill the gaps of blindness basically are a remix of memories, that have been adjusted every time recalled in order to boost the story of you as the good one fighting the bad ones, it may not match the story others have of the same moments.

In case the brain does not receive enough data from the eyes to produce the image you expect to see, it draws on your past experiences to fabricate what it predicts that you want to see.

Consequently you conclude, something is wrong in your story or in that of others, wherefore you start trying to correct what is judged to be wrong.

Most likely you do not read this article, but what your brain predicts you want to read.

There is nobody in the bliss of the empty breath

There is nobody to find in the story of your life as someone definitive, because it is pure fiction. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The more you seem to be successful in this, the more you believe, that the story can be shaped in such a way, that it comes out with a better version of you. Yet no matter how it is changed, the story remains a fantasy, and so is the idea that it has an author.

Just like within the context of a world where there seems to be more than one, a dream does not have an author or anything in it, neither the dreamer, nor it is in the dreamer or anywhere else. It is a deception made to look, as if nothing is something.

The world is not something we see but a construction of thoughts arranged by the brain in accordance with its translation of the signals it seems to receive from the eyes. The same applies to what we believe to hear, feel, smell and taste. More about this in the article All experiences are equally unreal.

Fortunately the brain is not capable of translating the empty breath, so when connected with that and thus in its indifference, we are not deceived by the construction of thoughts produced by the brain to make us believe we are somebody limited by time and space.

In the bliss of the empty breath the belief in duality is undone

In a state of not-knowing it is not possible for the brain to establish the usual consciousness of you as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. This does not mean, however, that the consciousness of you as someone definitive is replaced by something better or higher but by no consciousness at all. Thus there is nobody to be conscious about the bliss that comes from not believing to be someone. That is why, it is like air walking in air. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

There is no awareness of differences in a state of not-knowing
In a state of not-knowing you are blind in the sense, that there is no conscious experience of you as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Thankfully this is resolved by the empty breath and not the brain, which records the signals it assumes to receive from senses like it always does, but as the connectedness with the empty breath fences off the fabrication of a conscious experience of them, there is no awareness of how the brain categorise the different signals in contrasts of for example good or bad, right or wrong, love or hate, within and without and so on.

Though a world where there seems to be more than one is seen in the usual way when in a state of not-knowing, its apparent differences are not believed to make a difference. Thus there is no experience of being someone definitive and therefore nobody to be happy, sad or anything else.

This does not mean that there are no feelings. but that nobody relate them to them as if they make a difference.

Consequently the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one therefore cannot be judged to make a difference, wherefore there is nothing special to love or hate and thus nothing specific to worry about.

The bliss of the empty breath is the bliss of nothing

When the body, that you appear to be living in, again and again drops something, you could be defined to be clumsy. If you believe this and feel guilty about it, you may want to change it.

But as every effort to improve yourself is based on the belief, that there is something wrong with you, your efforts are not changing this belief but enhancing it. This, however, you secretly accept, because even though you do not like to be defined as clumsy, it is preferable to not being defined, as that means you are nobody.

Yet being nobody, there is not somebody to be clumsy or something else. There is just emptiness, and that is pure bliss.

The bliss of the empty breath is not the end station

A state of not-knowing is not the end station, but a way to see that there is no end, and that everything appearing to have an end is an illusion, as there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

There is no more than that which is one
Be aware, that the connectedness with the empty breath is not similar to being connected with that which is one, since the latter is not possible, as it takes more than one to be connected with something.

The connectedness with the indifference of the empty breath is simply a way to overlook the apparent differences fabricated by the brain, so that they are not judged to make a difference, and a world where there seems to be more than one therefore does not appear to establish the belief in separation.

Going with the flow of the empty breath is just as easy as going with the flow of sex. The latter though does not result in the undoing of the belief, that you are someone definitive, unless the orgasm is used to ignite a take-off to the empty breaththe empty breath<//i>. In the sense that no thinking is needed, following the flow of the empty breath is no different from following the flow of the genitals. The result of the latter though is the enhancement of the belief in being someone definitive instead of undoing it.

This is not to say though, that sex should be avoided (see Holding back to not ejaculate is just another physical manifestation – but without the physical thrill of it), because the exclusion of sex or anything else adds to the definition of you as someone definitive. In orgasm, however, can be used to ignite a take-off to the empty breath. That is, if you do not hold back, but are nothing else than the orgasm.

But despite the connectedness with the indifference of the empty breath therefore undoes the belief in separation, it is also enhancing it, because it requires more than one to connect with something.

The problems, you seem to have, do not come from the world where you believe to be, but from the belief that you are someone there. Hence the solution to all problems is the same, namely the undoing of that belief.

The same applies to letting go of the connectedness with the empty breath or whatnot, so to not enhance the belief in separation but having it undone, you do not choose to connect with the empty breath or something at all, which means you are connected with nothing and thus in the flow of the empty breath.

You feel stressed from perceiving the apparent differences to make a difference

Searching for the meaning of life is stressing, because it has no meaning

Only in a world where there seems to be more than one can you search for the meaning of life. Yet it is not to be found there or anywhere else, because it takes more than one to find something and life is that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from Ello.

The way that letters are put together in various shapes makes it possible for us to attribute a special meaning to each of the constructions. And when they are organised in sentences like in this article, for example, the combination of different shapes is experienced to make up a story inside of us, so that although the meaning of those shapes have been attributed by ourselves, we feel the story, that seems to evolve from them, confirms us to be somebody in a world defined by time and space.

Reality is that which is one, and as it takes more than one to experience something, it cannot be experienced.

Let us imagine, that the letters we believe to confirm us as somebody definitive in a world defined by time and space are the same letters making up the formlessness of oneness. But unlike in the world, where we believe to be and where we experience everything as separated by time and space, there is no space to keep anything apart in the formlessness of oneness, since it has no space.

Although the story of you as someone definitive is made up by yourself, you have not made a story about a happy person but a destructive one, because you hate the restrictions of being limited and not formless.

Thus the letters, that the formlessness of oneness consists of in this fable about it, cannot be distinguished from each other, and therefore not organised in shapes, that added together in specific ways seem to establish a story of us as separated beings in a world defined by time and space.

In non-duality there is no differences

In non-duality, everything is fused into one perpetual present, that no one can see, as it takes more than one to see something. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

A world defined by time and space is a slowed down version of the formlessness of oneness
It is not only because there is no space to separate the letters in the formlessness of oneness, that they cannot be differentiated from each other, but also because everything moves so fast that time stands still, wherefore it is not possible to organise them in a linear way – or any other way for that matter.

So in the context of our story about time and space versus the formlessness of oneness you could say, that a world defined by time and space is a fantasy of what oneness looks like if slowed down. The slower you imagine it to be, the more there seems to be space between the shapeless letters, so they appear to be separated from each other with a definitive shape of their own.

Furthermore, there seems to be time to arrange them in different combinations with each their own meaning, that added together expand into a story of a world, where time and time and space seems to separate everybody from each other.

The slowing down of oneness is, therefore, an attempt to gain control of it and turn its formlessness into a construction of thoughts representing specific shapes in a world defined by time and space, that they seem to be something you can manipulate to your liking.

Thus the way back to oneness does not come from more control of thoughts or slowing them further down via for example meditation or stories about a quiet life on a peaceful planet, so you do not feel the speed of it, while it is hurtling around the sun at 67.000 miles an hour without you falling off.

Neither does it come from understanding this or anything else, as to understand something enhances the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

Whether something is experienced to be inside or outside, it is make-believe, because that which is you is no different from the formlessness of oneness and formlessness has no sides.

Non-duality has no meaning

To undo the belief in duality you must give up attributing meaning to anything, that seems to have a beginning and end so that the apparent differences of duality does not appear to make a difference. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

A journey without distance takes no time
If you experience to be someone definitive, you are making up a story about a world defined by time and space from out of nothing, because oneness is formless and therefore endless, so there is not anything outside of it. It does not even have an outside, neither something inside of it, as it has no sides since it is formless.

No worries. When not attributing meaning to the letters in this article or anything else there seems to be in your story of a world defined by time and space, the story collapses, as when shapes have no meaning, there is nothing to separate them and therefore no time and space.

Since there is no more than oneness, nobody has ever left it. Thus the way back takes no time.

The fastest way to not attribute meaning to something, that appears to be there, is of course to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one,* as it promptly and relentlessly erases every definable detail of whatever you remember to have experienced, so that there are no memories from where an image of you as someone definitive can be recalled, wherefore there is no story to be made.

If you, however, want to have your cake and eat it too, you can connect with the empty breath,** because it undoes the story of you in a world defined by time and space in a less abrupt way. Thus you are able to enjoy the excitement of the story while having it undone.

The reason for this is that the empty breath does not erase the memories of you as someone in a world defined by time and space. Yet due to its flow of indifference, the apparent difference between what you believe to be and not to be is not perceived to make a difference.

Consequently there is nobody to confirm that the story of you as someone substantial in a tangible world is realwhich is why it is nothing but fun pretending that it is*** – just like in the context of that story, it is much fun pretending to be someone definitive in the virtual world of a video game.

What and where are the inner and outer senses

This and the previous article is an attempt to supply you with info about the empty breath and its bliss of indifference, which may be a good foundation for connecting with it. But if you want to do that right away, you can go straight to Take-offs to ´the empty breath´.

The abstract world that seems to be experienced inside of us is in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings referred to as the world of the inner senses, and the tangible world that seems to be experienced outside of us as the world of the outer senses. Yet both experiences are founded on the same frequencies of nothingness hitting the same senses.

In other words, as the world of the inner senses is seen, heard, felt and tasted via the same organs that seem to pick up the world of the outer senses, the inner and outer senses are not different organs but different ways of experiencing the same frequencies of nothingness, that seem to hit the senses.

»If thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light« (Matt 6:22, King James Bible)

That being said, the organ used for the visual experience of the outer and inner world is not exactly the same, because the inner sense of sight does not come from two eyes but from having them merged them into one.* This single eye is by some called the third eye.

Within and without makes no difference when the inner an outer senses are in sync

The world of the inner senses is experienced to be abstract, because the frequencies of nothingness hitting the senses have not yet been processed by the brain to appear as if they are physical elements in the world of the outer senses, which is the version of the same frequencies the brain processes in such a way, that we appear to be somebody definitive having a conscious experience of being in a substantial world.

But as it takes more than one to experience something and as there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless, any experience is an illusion, regardless it seems to come from the outer or inner senses.

Consequently, the above distinction between inner and outer senses, as well as their existence and that the brain receives something real from them, is part of the brains plot to deceive you into believing, that you are experiencing something where there is nothing.

It takes nobody to know where the inner senses are


The world of the inner senses is experienced when time and space is not completely believed to be real. Ultimately speaking though the experience of an inner world is no more real than the experience of an outer world, as any kind of experience requires more than one, and there is no more than that which is one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The inner world is experienced, when the awareness of you as someone definitive in a world defined by time and space seems confined. But if completely leaving the imprisonment of being someone definitive, there is not someone to experience anything.

Thus there does not appear to be something in the nothingness outside of oneness, that seems to hide there never was and never will be more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless.

It is therefore only in the context of this belief, that there is someone experiencing an abstract world appearing to come from unprocessed frequencies of nothingness or a substantial world processed by the brain from the same frequencies.**

So even though what you seem to see, hear, feel and taste in the world of the inner senses is very abstract and you appear to be nobody there, it is still something that is experienced, so there must be somebody doing this.

In other words, when you appear to be nobody, you have not totally left the belief in being somebody, because somebody is needed to register the experience of you being nobody. Thus what you seem to see, hear, feel and taste in the world of the inner senses is not nothingness but an interpretation of it.

Yet this interpretation of nothingness as abstractness is a more direct experience than what you seem to experience in the world of the outer senses because the brain uses one second to fabricate a conscious experience of a tangible world. Hence what you experience to happen now actually happened one second ago – or more to the point, never happened, since the frequencies, that seem to hit the senses and from which the experience is fabricated, are nothing but empty space.

Thus experiencing the frequencies hitting the senses to be an abstract world is closer to reality than experiencing them to be a substantial world. Not in the sense though that you are closer to being here and now, because reality is that which is one and it takes more than one to be anywhere, but in the sense that they expose the world of the outer senses is nothing but empty space and thus also the world of the inner senses, as without the world of the outer senses it cannot be experienced.

So you come to a point in the world of the inner senses, where there is no point or anything else to experience, neither that the enlightenment of that which is one is coming out of this point, that is not there but looks like a black hole.** And so there is not something to hide that which cannot be experienced, namely the formlessness of oneness.

Should you wonder, who choose to believe the fabrication of the brain is real and who wonders about this, read the paragraph ´What you believe to be does not exist´ in INTRO TO HACK #4.5, ´The empty breath´ and the bliss of not believing to be someone.

The inner and outer senses are nowhere

As it takes more than one to experience you are nobody or in a state of not-knowing, this is not the goal. But since it also requires more than one to have a goal, there is no goal than indifference to anything requiring more than one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

To bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one takes no more than a split second of totally forgetting to remember what and where you believe to be. But since it erases all memories of ever having appeared to be someone at all, there is absolutely nobody to experience it.** 

Thus the enlightenment of that which is one neither occur in the inner or outer world or anywhere else. It is the end of everything you believe there is, and then again it is not the end of anything, because it takes more than one to believe something, and there is no more than that which is one.

The connection with the empty breath, however, does not terminate what and where you believe to be. It just makes you indifferent to this belief.

In a state of not-knowing, that the empty breath induces, you are more nobody than somebody. And as the memories of you as someone definitive mostly are gone, you are in the bliss of indifference to what and where you appear to be.

Also to the experience of being nobody, which as already mentioned you never completely are. This also applies to being somebody, because the empty breath synchronises the outer and inner senses in accordance with what and where you appear to be.

The inner and outer senses are a fantasy

The empty breath is not specifically about being in the world of the inner senses or being anywhere else than in its flow of indifference. And wherever that appears to take you does not matter, because you are in the flow of indifference.

In deep sleep, for example, you are almost a hundred per cent nobody and just a few percents somebody, so that the glimpses of enlightenment* nobody is having in deep sleep can be registered by somebody. But driving a car the empty breath makes certain, that you are almost a hundred per cent present a chauffeur with a few percents of you as nobody making sure the driver does not get stressed.

Experiences of enlightenment is not the enlightenment of that which is one. It cannot be experienced, but glimpses of it can.**

Being connected with the empty breath does is basically the same as having glimpses of enlightenment or being in a perfect moment**** because they are all states of not-knowing.*** It is not a state though that reveals reality. Just like the inner senses, it reveals, that a world where there seems to be more than one is a fantasy made from empty space.

What and where the inner and outer senses are cannot be answered, as they are an imagination made from nothing.

Having that revealed you are set free from the belief in being there, and though it may sound strange for those who believe to be there, being nowhere is pure bliss.

Last night I died from the world again

Just like we have senses to see, hear, feel, smell and taste a world that seems to be outside of us, we have similar ones to sense an inner realm. To use the inner senses, or go beyond the senses as Buddha seem to have said, the outer ones must be more or less closed.

The more you do not focus on something specific in the world, that the outer senses seem to produce, the more they are closing down and the less you see a definable world. To be completely defocused for a moment feels like you die from the world of the outer senses, which may be why the New Testament says that St. Paul died daily.

A total transition from the outer senses to the inner ones can be very uncomfortable. Some choose to die instead og going through this phase. But most fight to remain as a person in the world experienced by the outer senses, as that is where they consider to life to be.

Vomiting is a way to stop frightening things from coming up
Psychologically speaking it is said, that when suppressed feelings are about to surface, some unconsciously choose to vomit instead of facing them. It is a bit the same in the total transition from outer to inner senses, in the sense that part of you are afraid of the unknown and try avoiding it by doing something very physical like vomiting.

But it is best to avoid vomiting in the phase of the total transition from outer to inner senses, and instead face the extreme discomfort by including it exactly as it is without trying to understand or embrace, so you are what is in the moment and nothing else. Then it is over. It may be easier said than done, and it may take a long time to pass the apparent discomfort.

At a very young age when one of my inner senses opened, the outer ones were fully turned off, so there was nothing to block out the enlightenment of that which is one. I had been driving taxi for 15 hours and was exhausted to the extent that I confused traffic lights for customers trying to hire a taxi.

When I finally returned home from work, there was no energy left to fight the inner sense called the third eye to open up and burn away everything that appeared to be Alexius in a world where there seems to be more than one, so that there was no belief in something definable to hide there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one.

The inner senses are like the outer ones in the way, that if one of them is intensely used, the other ones seem to be somewhere in the background. In other words, one sense dominate at a time. For me it was the most know of the inner senses, that dominated, when the inner senses opened up, namely the ability to ´see´ light. Not a light though that can be compared to anything you can see with the two eyes of the outer senses.

The Bhagavad Gita compares this light to a light from thousands of suns, but I would not do that. To compare it to something is to say, there is something to see, that can be defined by time and space. It is not a light that illuminates something. There is nothing to see – not even light because there is no consciousness of being someone. There is just light and nothing else.

Soon after I bid welcome the visual aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one, the inner ear opened with ethereal harmonies sounding like bells but in a lot crisper and softer way than the mundane ones. Regarding the opening of the inner eye, I had no discomfort in the transition. Guess I was too exhausted to fight the opening of it. Speaking of the opening of the inner ear, I think it happened in what Buddha called the deep sleep.

If you sleep very, very deep, the concept of an ´I´, that experience something, is gone, and so there is nobody to fight going with the flow. It was in such a very deep sleep, that my inner ear opened up just like that.

The focus and concentration needed to read books enhances the belief in being and having something specific, contrary to defocusing that initiates the flow towards the formlessness of oneness.

The above is not much of an explanation of the deep sleep, but as I have not read the Buddhist statements, which are probable full of fancy names for levels and whatnot, all I know is from deep sleeping myself – or rather not doing it, as there is nobody there. That is why, all I have are vague memories.

The desire to escape that which is one is the reason, you must belief it is possible to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, so you appear to be and have more than another one. Escape is so deeply rooted in the belief system, that it governs everything you seem to do.

Even if you change your mind and want oneness instead of separation, you still think you need to escape the enlightenment of that which is one. That is until you realise, it is yourself that you want to escape, because that which is you is no different from that which is one.

Tasting the sweetness of that which is one
To taste the sweetness of that which is one, which is like a flavour of milk and honey with a hint of liquorice or sometimes strawberry was not without discomfort for me. My body acted like it had been attacked by something dangerous and panicked by making vomit reflexes. But when I did not try to escape it, the panic turned out to be a lid on a jug of a smoothie like texture, that in some scriptures are called the nectar of life.

This is very much told in retrospect, because as the enlightenment as that which is one cannot be experienced, this aspect of it is rather the tastelessness of nothingness. It was not after having had several glimpses of this aspect, which is an experience of a transparent sweet smoothie like flavour, that I realised I must had bid welcome this aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one, because I had a memory of this taste in its extreme and most pure form, namely the tasteless formlessness of that which is one.

When the biological system of the body does not function anymore, the world of the outer senses cannot be experienced. For almost half an hour, however, you remain in the world of the inner senses, and as it is only in the world of the outer senses the belief in being someone specific can be upheld, nobody is dying. That is if you do not fight the world of the inner senses by holding onto something specific, that reminds you of something in the world of the outer senses.

Last night I finally died from the outer sense of feeling a tangible world
The inner sense of feeling has not been easy for me to get in touch with. It took many years of discomfort, vomiting, being hospitalised and at times losing the ability to balance – just to mention a few of the unsettling things, I have encountered as a person in the world getting closer to this inner sense.*

But last night in a very deep sleep I got so close, that I completely died from the outer sense of feeling a world defined by past experiences. In other words, the belief in being Alexius was momentarily undone, so that the enlightenment of that which is one was bid welcome – not in a visual but emotional way though. First there was discomfort from not feeling my body to separated from the bed. It was as if everything was electric and full of tiny bubbles.

Next it turned into one feeling of nothingness, in the sense that there was nothing tangible – neither Alexius. Calling it a feeling is not entirely correct, because there is nobody to feel it … and nobody to remember it. In other words, what I am writing is based on vague memories, that I seem to be able to pick up from what feels like very far away and yet right here.

I remember, it was not like in a world defined by time and space, where there seems to be different events happening in sequences of time. There was no time. Everything was happening simultaneously.

It was one perpetual present and still is. This, however, cannot be described in a world of linear time, so it seems as if it happened in the past. Yet there was and is no difference between that which I am and the non-tangible feeling of one eternal presence of nothing but sizeless bubbles. This should not be understood that I am in a state like that in a world where there seems to be more than one, but that I know I am not there, because there is no more than that which is one.

Until that night I only had glimpses of the emotional aspect of that which is one, which is to emotionally experience the vibration that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises. The feeling of this vibration can be compared to the feeling you have in the body, when quickly drinking the bubbles from a Coca-Cola, or from sensing the purring of a cat. Back in a world where there seems to be more than one
To leave the enlightenment of that which is one and reappear as a person in the world of the outer senses, all what is needed is to perceive something, as this is based on separation. I remember years ago, when I came back from my first intense glimpse of the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises, there had been a wish to live as opposed to die. Such a contrast – or any other for that matter – is only applicable in a world where there seems to be more than one, so again Alexius appeared to be there.

To experience the enlightenment of that which is one, there must be someone to experience it, but that is not possible, as it takes more than one to experience something. Alexius´ Enlightened Non Teachings therefore discerns between the enlightenment of that which is one, which cannot be experienced, and glimpses of it, which is an experience of it, that is comparable to watching a movie trailer, that is just a sample of the whole movie.

Any experience is an illusion, as it takes more than one to experience something and there is no more than that which is one
The outer and inner senses are two sides of the same coin – that is why it is easy to swift between them and also why they both are part of a world where there seems to be more than one. In other words, the glimpses of enlightenment that can be experienced via the inner senses are not the ultimate reality. Well in fact nothing is.

As a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion, there is nothing to wake up from and nothing ultimate to come back to. If there was, a world where there seems to be more than one would not be an illusion. Consequently this article is as illusionary as a street sign pointing towards for example New York. It is just a pointer, and not what it is pointing towards.

We all know, that within the framework of a world where there seems to be more than one, a the world simulated in virtual reality glasses is not real, and that when you take off the glasses, everything that appeared to be in the virtual world disappears, so that is not something to disturb you from seeing what is supposed to be the real world.

The world of the inner senses with glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one shows us the same is true in regards to the world experienced with the outer senses, because it fades out the more the outer senses are turned inwards towards.

When the enlightenment of that which is one is bid welcome, there is nothing to experience, as it takes more than one to experience something.

But the experience of this inner world** full of lucid light, ethereal music, sweet nectar or bubbles of nothingness disappears, if the outer senses are completely closed off, as the contrasts, that glimpses of enlightenment seem to be made off, will dissolve, so there is no glimpses to experience, neither somebody specific to experience them – and therefore not something to hide, there is nothing but one perpetual present.

From the perspective of a world where oneness is divided in more than one, there is literally nothing in that which is one. But from the perspective of oneness – though no such thing is possible, as it requires more than one to have a perspective of something – there is everything in that which one, as it is formless and therefore never ends.

NOTE ABOUT DYING FROM THE WORLD OF THE OUTER SENSES
To die from the outer senses and return to them again can be compared to rebooting a computer. You feel like a blank slate, when coming back. The transition though of leaving the imagination of a world where there seems to be more than one and going where you cannot go, namely where there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one, can be full of fear and discomfort, and that there is a chance, you will not make it back to a world where there seems to be more than one with a sane mind. There are no guarantees.

NOTE ABOUT MULTITASKING BETWEEN INNER AND OUTER SENSES
When you open up to the inner senses, they reveal their world at their own accord. In the context of the world experienced with the outer senses it may not be at convenient time, so make sure to stay away from things and places, where focus on the world of the outer senses is needed, if you sense the inner senses are knocking at the door.

This is not a problem though, if you connect with the empty breath, as its function is to be an automatic gear between the inner and outer senses. Beyond the senses – or the outer senses versus the inner ones

Those who hear or feel the humming coming from far away as an echo of that which is one cannot use it to make themselves or the world better. But they will be used as a door to close the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one, so there is no experience to hide that which is one. This does not mean they will be transformed, as that requires more than one and there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless. If a world where seems to be more than one is not real but that which I am is, it is not possible to be in such a world. Yet it is possible to pretend being ´there´. This is to say that most of the below article is written within the framework of pretending to be someone ´there´, so the experiences described in it – for example that the Earth stopped moving – is just as illusionary as any other experience in a virtual world.

Beyond the senses – or the outer senses versus the inner ones
The first time the world stood still was in my teen years. I looked out the window and everything was covered by snow. It was like the whiteness of outside of me turned everything white inside me while Donovan* gently was singing Jennifer Juniper.

I forgot to participate in the story of time and space, so the Earth stopped moving and the air was so thin, that there was no space between anything. Music was coming out of my speakers, yet the silence was so loud, that all I heard was the echo of that which is one.

Much later on a walk along the sea, the echo of that which is one was there again – and not so much later, when I was walking on a pedestrian street busy handing out flyers, the distant echo of that which is one was so intense, that even though people were moving on the street, there was no movement and no people. Do not know what there was – it did not seem tangible.

After being accustomed to hearing the echo of that which is one, I realised that this distant humming is what the words Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolise, and that the reason people even after years of chanting or contemplating do not hear it is that they are waiting for those words to reveal a higher understanding. But there is no understanding to be revealed, neither is there any need for that, when you actually hear the distant humming, that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises.

The echo of that which is one
The word guitar is a symbol for something, that can make amazing sounds. Yet the word cannot make those sounds. In fact there is no way to know what a guitar sounds like when you read the word guitar, if you have not already heard what it is a symbol of.

It is a little bit the same with the words symbolising the distant humming of that which is one – and then again it is not exactly the same. A guitar can produce something, but the vibration that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises cannot produce anything. It can be compared to the sound of a vacuum cleaner, which does not vacuum clean. It is just there, when the vacuum cleaner is turned on.

Likewise the humming, that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises, is an echo ´hanging in the air´, when the imagination of a world where life is divided into more than one is turned on. The humming is the engine of such a world – not in the way that it produces it, but in the way that it is the energy, that makes it possible to imagine that you are someone specific in a world where there seems to be more than one.

When everything you know is undone, there is peace
It is not accidentally, that it is a vacuum cleaner that is used in the above description. The humming of that which is one is to be compared to a subtle version of the sound from a vacuum cleaner or the sound from the ventilation in a big place like an airport, or the fusion of all sounds in the world, or the sound at the edge of the breath (not the sound of breathing in, neither of breathing out, but at the edge of it – or rather on the top of it).

If you are into becoming famous or rich or making the world a better place according to specific belief, this vibration is not for you. It has no power to change anything. It knows of nothing to make better. On the contrary. Everything conceivable is undone, which leaves nothing but that which is one. In other words, there is peace, because it takes more than one to not be at peace.

The enlightenment of that which is one versus glimpses of it
Apart from the last two sentences in the above paragraph this article has not been about the enlightenment of that which is one. It cannot be heard, as that is an experience and it requires more than one to experience something. What I have been talking about is the experience of having glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one in the form of hearing the vibration that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises, which we can have when the definable world of the outer senses become so distant that the distant humming from the edge of the universe is the nearest to us.

To hear or feel the distant humming, that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises is one aspect of experiencing glimpses of the enlightenment of that which is one. The other aspects are to have amazing visions of light, crispness of ethereal harmonies or the sweetness of oneness. The world of the outer senses is very focused on visual impact, so you may only have heard of the visual aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one.

Those glimpses are revealed by the inner senses, when the ones are partly closed. In the world of the inner senses though there is only one of everything, so there is just one eye, one ear and so on, and they are not physical tangible.

As long you are experiencing the enlightenment of that which is one in one of its aspects, you are having glimpses of it, but if you stop perceiving them as if they can be defined like this or that way, there is nothing to define you as an experiencer, and so there is not someone definitive experiencing them, and so there are no difference between them and you. That is the enlightenment of that which is one.

What is real is never-ending, so all experiences are unreal
Compared to the enlightenment of that which is one or having glimpses of it, living as someone specific in the world of the outer senses feels like a joke – but why not enjoy the joke. There is nothing to lose. As you are not someone definitive, you can pretend to be anybody in the world of the outer senses. If you are into concepts of love, you can perceive the world through such glasses as if everything is love or a cry for love. It is all make-believe, so anything will do.

When the world experienced through the outer senses is an illusion, one may conclude, that the world experienced through the inner senses is the real thing. But as what is real never ends, neither the inner or outer senses are real as all experiences have an end  – including the experiencing glimpses of enlightenment.

The enlightenment of that which is one is a journey without distance from a world where there seems to be more than one into that which is one
Metaphorically speaking you can say, that what you experience via the inner senses is a wall surrounding that which is one. The wall seems to have no substance. Yet it can be seen, heard, felt or tasted, and if you do not try to find order in it or in any way define it, the outer senses have nothing to work with and a door, that looks like a black hole with a thin frame of white light inside it and rapidly spiralling bright light around it, suddenly and very quickly sucks you into it.

There is no other side to this black hole, because you have left the oneness of that which is you. You have never been definable or experienced anything. That is an illusion. In reality that which is you is no different from that which is one – and there is no more than one.

Life has no secrets. It is impossible because life is that which is one and it takes more than one to have a secret. How come then that so many are wondering what it is and where to find it. The answer lies in the previous sentence. Life is that which is one, so in a world where there seems to be more than one, there is no life. In other words, even though the oneness of life is used to experience a world where it seems to be divided into more than one, it is not there – just like a physical body is not in a dream, regardless being the host of it.

Though some like to think, that the word of god is something written, but there is nothing in the New Testament that indicates that. In fact the word of god can neither be written or spoken.

Unfortunately most of those reading the New Testament think, that what is written there is ´The Word of God´. But as god is that which is one and it takes more than one to write or read, the New Testament has nothing to do with ´The Word of God´.

An echo of that which is one, however, can be heard and felt in a world where there seems to be more than one. Christianity calls it for The Word of God, and in Eastern religions, it is often symbolised by the words Aum and Sohang. You could say that the oneness of life sends out an echo of itself to call you home. This echo though does not reveal what oneness is, but what it is not, namely the nothingness in which you believe to be someone definitive in a tangible world. But as you have never left the oneness of life, since it is formless and therefore endless, it is, of course, a metaphor that it is calling you home.

Yet it seems possible to believe that you are someone definitive separated from the formlessness of oneness. This article is written within the context of this belief. In other words, it is within this context, hearing or feeling the echo of oneness is a call for going home.

This echo is not a sound with a beginning and end, so it is not a word that can be written or spoken. But it can be heard and felt, and that is very easy. Hardly anybody wants to hear or feel it though because to appear as someone special in a world where there seems to be more than one you must always be right since being wrong makes you appear to not be special. Not believing to be special is, however, the prerequisite for hearing and/or feeling the echo of oneness

Approaching the echo of oneness through ´The Word of God´ may be even more confusing than the endless chanting of ´Aum´ or ´Sohang´, as it is not a word that means anything.

No chanting or any other action like that is necessary to hear/feel the vibration, that is symbolized by the word Aum. It comes to you automatically, when you do not differentiate the sounds of the world but include them all. In other words, when you do not focus or concentrate.

No chanting or reading in scriptures is necessary to hear or feel the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises. It comes to you automatically, when the apparent difference of the vibes in the world does not make a difference, which they do not do if you do not try to exclude any of them, as if there are more than one. In other words, when you do not focus or concentrate on something specific you are not someone specific but the unpronounceable vibration Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises. The vibration that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises is …
… not a secret though it appears to be so if you are searching for an elitist understanding of it rather than actually hearing or feeling the vibration, which can be heard or felt whenever you do not focus on hearing or feeling something specific.

When you hear or feel the unpronounceable echo of oneness, the sense of being someone definitive disappears. Thus there is nothing to transform.

For ages people have been chanted Aum and Sohang or speculated about the meaning of The Word of God, assuming that if they just kept going on, the secret behind them would miraculous be revealed. But only the ego does miracles and seduces you into believing there is something special hidden for you to find. That which is one has nothing to reveal because it takes more than one to reveal something, and there is no more than that which is one.

Many may already have heard or felt the echo of oneness coming from the edge of the universe, but as they are biassed towards something mysterious and sensational, they do not pay attention to the quiet humming, that constantly is there, as it is the basis for the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one.

It only takes one ´chant´ of Aum or Sohang to hear of feel the echo of oneness. That is if you are not looking for peak experiences of an almighty god, love or something mysterious and sensational that can be mentally explained.

To tune into hearing the echo of oneness …
… first say the two letters of AUM very slowly and when you come to M, do not really say but whisper it until you say nothing and there is a gentle humming coming from somewhere in the distance. This is the echo of oneness.

You can also get in touch with this distant humming by saying sohang – eventually combined with listening to the sound coming from the breath. Say so when breathing in, and after a tiny break say hang when breathing out. The so is not really important, except for tuning in. The same applies to the first part of hang. After having said so-ha(n) you remain on (a)ng at the end of breathing out, and then let the sound continue by itself – what remains without you saying anything is the humming, that is the echo of oneness.

Another way to hear the echo of life is to stop focusing on any sound in particular until you cannot distinguishing the sounds that you are hearing from each other. Hence they turn into one sound, namely the echo of oneness.

You do not have to sit in a certain posture to meditate, repeat a mantrachantpraywearing special clothes or be in a special place with special people where the air is polluted with incense to hear the echo of oneness, neither does there have to be stillness inside or outside of you. All you have to do is to be devoted to whatever you are appear to do.

One of the first times Alexius heard this humming from the edge of the universe, he was busy handing out flyers on a pedestrian street, and just like that the sum of all sounds turned into a distant humming that cancelled out the noise of the street – also the feeling of being there, as the sum of all feelings turned everything into a transparent one.

Knowing it is there, it is easier to connect with it
When Alexius was a child, he preferred the music from a radio station called Radio Luxembourg. It was very hard to tune into it in his native country Denmark because it was on a frequency located between two very noisy stations. But as he knew of its existence and also where to look, with much determination and the finest subtlety he succeeded in tuning into Radio Luxembourg.

Likewise, you, in the same manner, should be able to tune into the echo of oneness, now that know about the humming of oneness from the edge of the universe. If there appear to be too much noise in the head – especially the left side can be full of noise from the working of the brain – listen to your right side without focusing on anything in specific.

To feel the echo of oneness
Apart from hearing the vibration, that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises, you can also feel it – especially if you are more emotional than audio minded. Just do the same steps as above but put more weight into feeling it. Feeling it can be compared to the bodily sensation of drinking Coca-Cola but more subtle and all over the body in a bubbling or tingling way – or like sensing the purring of a cat in your whole body, or a quiver in the whole body or part of it, but with no definitive borders.

It is not really in the body that you feel it. It is rather like when like when an anaesthesia – for example, one that a dentist has made in the mouth – stops working. You feel something, but it is not as if it is the body you usually know.

In more intense moments it feels like you are nothing but the vibration from an earthquake or from a big laundry machine on the spin cycle. It is not just in the body but also outside of it, as if there is no transition between it and the appearances that seem to be outside of it. If you do not panic but go with the flow of it, you forget about the body and anything outside of it, so there is no memory to hide, there is no more than the formlessness of oneness.

And as it takes more than one to be something, what you believe to be is no more. In other words, contrary to the experience of a mild tingling in the body, the intense version of it ends up in having no experience at all, since there is nobody to experience it. Normally the reflexes of fear for not being someone definitive quickly produces experiences of more than one, so you again appear to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

That is what in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings is called the enlightenment of that which is one, but that is a story for another article, as this one is devoted to the experiences of it in the form of hearing or feeling the vibration that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolise. These experiences are not the enlightenment of that which is one but glimpses of it. See the appendix regarding the enlightenment of that which is one versus glimpses of it.

Feeling or hearing the echo of the primordial vibration is basically the same – like two sides of the same coin. It is not advisable though to encompass both at the same time. Well, it is possible to encompass any of them but to be encompassed by them one by one.

In the case of Alexius he is more into hearing than feeling, so it took him a long time to feel the echo of oneness, and when he finally did – after several years – the belief in being someone specific was momentarily undone, so there was nothing definable fencing off the aspect of feeling the enlightenment of that which is one, which you do not feel as there are no conscious of you being someone definitive.

Some people complain that their neighbour is vacuuming while they are meditating, but most likely the neighbour is at sleep and it is not the sound of a vacuum cleaner you hear but the distant vibration from the edge of the universe that Aum, Sohang or The Word of God symbolises.

If you look for a big and special experience, you may brush off something so simple as the gentle humming coming from the edge of the universe and yet from nowhere. The humming can also be compared to the distant sound of the air conditioning in a big place like a supermarket or an airport. It can also be compared to the sound of a wave at the shore, that never stops going up.

Already familiar with the humming that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises, you do not tune into it all the time, if you still want to appear as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. But you may tune into it every now and then just to make sure you have not forgotten the key to the formlessness of oneness – just like you sometimes may check your pocket to hear or feel, that you have not forgotten the key to your physical home.

Life has nothing to give because life is that which is one and it takes more than one to give something
Let us return to the idea of the so-called secrets of life. What secrets does life hide? None. Were you asked to buy a book or take a special course to know what Aum, Sohang and The Word of God is a symbol of? No, and you did not have to wait until the end of the article to read about how to hear or feel the echo of life. You got it right away without beating about the bush.

If you have peculiar questions like: What is life and what is the meaning of it, you have separated yourself from it – or rather imagined that it is possible to do so, because separation from that which is one is not possible, as there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless.

So whatever you imagine to be and have in a world where there seems to be more than one is not real. Yet you like to believe, that if you try hard enough, life will reveal its secret reality to you. But life has nothing to reveal because life is that which is one and it takes more than one to reveal anything.

The above article is Alexius´ way of communicating, how you actually can hear and feel an echo of oneness. To use ´Aum´ or ´Sohang´ as a stepping stone for that is not a new idea, but so far it has mostly been promoted in mysterious ways by people, who do not hear or feel it themselves, but hope that if they repeat those words again and again a miracle will happen. Looking for that, however, they will miss the gentle humming coming from the edge of the universe.

It was not through the words ´Aum´ or ´Sohang´ that Alexius started to hear or feel the humming, that they symbolise. Since his teenage years he has been used to being ´lifted´ by this humming – for example while watching a movie, having a walk with his parents or sitting all by himself in a park. And so when he was about 40 years old it suddenly dawned on him, that this is what people are trying to reach, when chanting ´Aum´ or ´Sohang´.

It is not about reaching it though, but to tune into it so that it reaches you. When Alexius can do this so can you, because even though you may appear to be different from him, what makes it possible for the two of you to experience you are different is the same, namely the formlessness of oneness from where this humming comes.


APPENDIX:
As it takes more than one to experience something, the enlightenment of that which is one cannot be experienced. Yet glimpses of it can be experienced in the form of seeing, hearing, feeling or tasting it. In other words, to hear or feel the vibration that Aum, Sohang and The Word of God symbolises is to have a glimpse of the enlightenment of that which is one.

That which is you is bright white light – and nothing else. It is so intense, that there is nothing to see – not even that the light is bright and white – so if you see something, you are covering the enlightenment of that which one by the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

The enlightenment of that which is one is not of a world, where there seems to be more than one. It is an echo of that which is one filtered through a black hole either as formless light, ethereal harmony, transparent touch or sweet taste. You are all of these aspects, but as you are that which is one, just one of them at a time. If you as a person is visual minded, that which is you is revealed as light so intensely that you cannot help joining it and being sucked through a black hole into that which is one. Have you ever sit in a bath top and discerned glimpses of an adventurous world in the mist of the hot water? And when the mist changes and the world you imagine there disappears, you hold onto the thoughts of something being there, so you can keep this moment and imagine you are part of a special world with exciting creatures living in it. Without your imagination, however, this world is nothing but water.

The world – including what appears to be you – is empty space according to science. In other words, anything experienced as opaque is an imagination and so is the experiencer. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Lost in translation
The above is meant as a metaphor to illustrate how a world where there seems to be more than one can be imagined, so that which is one seems to be hidden behind it. In the context of this metaphor the world is actually nothing but colourless waves of light, that move in an unthinkable speed, so they cannot be dissociated from each others. That is unless you think you see something, because that requires more than one and so everything appears separated.

So by separating waves of light into degrees of frequencies and further more imagining them to move in slow motion – in fact hardly any motion – there seems to be noticeable differences, that translated into different thoughts having a specific meaning, which is made tangible by feeling it, so that you seem to experience a world, where the name of each frequency appears to limit them into an opaque form, that differs from other forms in order to make it appear as if differences make a difference.

In oneness nothing is endless, neither does anything have an end. Everything is happening so fast, that it cannot be perceived in linear time. And everything is so close together, that it is impossible to perceive any space in between them. Consequently no differences can be experienced. Time and space does not exist. It is one perpetual present.

In the enlightenment of that which is one there are an infinite numbers of different frequencies, that can be attributed with different meanings, if translated into thoughts. Yet the light is so bright that it is impossible to catch a difference. As differences therefore do not make a difference, all frequencies are formless.

Beyond translation
By not caring about collecting specific thoughts to maintain the appearance of you as someone coherent in a world defined by time and space, you open the door to the enlightenment of that which is one. Opening this door is not about doing something, but about not doing what you are doing to hide the bright, bright light.

Because of what is said in the above about thoughts, you may get the idea, that they need to be stopped. But it is not thoughts as such that hide the light of that which is one. It is belief, that the thoughts, you seem to have generated, turn you into be someone definitive.

When you see all thoughts as a symbols of the bright white light, their apparent differences in time and space does not make a difference.

To not do anything, you keep on thinking what you seem to think, but without taking any thought seriously. By not taking any of them seriously, the believe in them as yours cannot be maintained, and you will literally be nothing but a light brighter than anything conceivable. That being said, if there is still the slightest belief in being someone definitive nothing you will not want to be dissolved in the flow of the enlightenment of that which is one. Chances are you right away will return to the world you have constructed of thoughts, as you obviously still believe in one or more of them.

The world is nothing but a construction of thoughts, that seems to have the power to hide that which is one, as long as you believe that they have a meaning.

Enlightenment or not
The return to that which is one does not involve a transformation of you or the world, but an annihilation of you and the world – at least as seen from a world where there seems to be more than one, because now reality sets in, and reality is that which is one and no more. So if you are into making a better world, to realise your self, coming from the heart, living in the now, being one with the Earth and whatnot, the enlightenment of that which is one is not for you.

Without translating perceived frequencies of the bright white light into thoughts, there is no experience of a world or anything else conceivable, neither an experiencer, and so the bright white light sucks nothing through a black hole into that which is one.

All the gurus stories about bliss, divine presence, higher self or consciousness or whatnot does not apply to that which is one. Their stories may sound very seductive, but it is just another attempt to make a world where there seems to be more than one appear to be real and themselves as somebody important there. Yet that which is one is formless and thus has no room for somebody or something like bliss, consciousness and whatnot.


NOTE: The bright white light is not of the world and has nothing to do with the light of the sun or any other light in it. No words can describe the enlightenment of that which is one. Frequencies, light and other words in this article are to be compared to street signs, that point towards the formlessness of oneness, but they are not what they are pointing at and in this case they are not meant to imply, there is a distance to go.

To come back to that which is you may feel like a journey, but it is not a real one, because you have never left it. That is not possible. Yet it is possible to believe so – and to undo this belief seems to take time, when you believe to be in a world of linear time.

Devotion is the gateway to the inner senses, that is the gateway to that which has no entrance or exit since it is that which is one

If you think or feel, that you are in love with just one person, you are wrong. What you are experiencing is not love but attraction. The nature of love is to love everything, whereas attraction is single-minded. But there is nothing wrong with following the latter, provided you do not try to change it into a love relationship.

Attraction in itself is a gateway to a less tangible world because that is where the not so tangible feeling of attraction comes from. It is not important what the form, that you feel an attraction towards, looks like. What matters is, that you really indulge in the attraction and totally devote yourself to the object of your attraction. This might lead to sex, which experience wise also is part of a less tangible world – especially orgasm – but that is another story.

Because I am not talking about approaching the object of your attraction, but simply remain in the attraction itself by letting your mind being sucked into the desire for the object of your attraction, so that the flow of it leads to a lofty state of mind, where you do not bother about physicality.*

You and the one you are attracted to may be worlds apart physically and mentally speaking, or the other one may not even notice you or it is simply not possible to be together due to social conventions. But that is good. Because on no account it is about trying to manifest a relation* with the object of your attraction – if it happens so be it – but to follow an attraction so intense, that the world of the outer senses cracks and the world of the inner senses comes crawling out of them.

The world of the inner senses is in no way the same as the formlessness of oneness. Yet it is a gateway to it, provided you do not mistake the inner senses for spirituality but perceive it as a less tangible level of a world defined by time and space.

The above about attraction also applies to repulsion or other emotions. Devotion is the key.

How devotion led to Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings
In a way, the kick starter to writing my non-teaching was an attraction to the body of a young woman, who was changing her clothes in front of me on a sunny trip in the Mediterranean Sea. Instead of being ashamed of my physical attraction to a woman much younger than me, I dived deep into the flow of the attraction itself. Physically speaking nothing happened between us and I have never seen her again. But later that day, there was a breakthrough to the voice behind these non-teachings.

This voice does not come from a physical being but a rather transparent energy, that can be compared to an ascended master – not one of those ´rosy´ ones though, who want you to help them make a merry-go-round world. Gudruång – spoken with a soft ´d´ and ending in an echo of the enlightenment of that which is one – that I call this energy, have no need of saving the world. On the contrary, the purpose is to undo the belief in a world defined by time and space.

Ultimately there is no such world, neither Gudruång, Alexius or you – there is nothing but the formlessness of that which is one. But while we believe to be in a world defined by time and space, we all seem to be someone definitive, so in that context, Gudruång and Alexius are talked about as two different appearances, but in reality they are not.

I do not force my will upon my cat, but they often choose to follow it. This does not mean they are channeling me or following a higher voice. But that they sense I want to take care of them in the best way possible, as if they are a part of me. Likewise Gudruång wants to take care of me, as if we are part of each other, although – just like my cats and I – we are very different in terms of appearances but not in terms of content.

Are Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings channelled?
Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are not channelled from Gudruång. It is rather that Gudruång is writing them without my personality interfering. Well, ideally speaking it is like that, but as Gudruång does not know a written language like this, the writings depend on me knowing it, and as the formlessness of oneness is wordless, I have to search for words to use for something that literally cannot be expressed, so sometimes when I am short of words, part of an article may be coloured by my personality – especially the endings, because I am somehow conditioned to look for happy endings in a world defined by time and space.

Yet it seems that a happy ending for Gudruång is when there is no more memory of such a world, so there is nothing definable to hide the formlessness of that which is one. Consequently, there is nothing definable to pay for Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. They are totally free and there is nobody, you need to follow.

+ The closer you look, the less you see

You think you have chosen to see what you look at now, but it is fragments of what you saw one second ago pieced together by the brain into what it has decided you should experience to see now.  Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The title is not invented by Alexius. He has just replicated it from a movie. Nor is the rest of the article thought up by him. He cannot think. Thoughts are passing by like frequencies are passing by a radio, which picks up and transmits those it is tuned into. In this article Alexius transmits the following thoughts:

They meditate, chant, drink, take drugs or in other ways do something to alter their perception of the present moment so they can avoid being in touch with the feelings the moment seems to bring about. But when they do something to escape their feelings, the cause of doing this is reinforced, so the more they try to avoid their feelings, the more they are bothered by them.

This is not to say that you should stop that. By all means, go ahead and suppress as much as you want through meditation and whatnot – or stop doing it, if you like. Whatever you seem to think, feel or do is a fantasy because what and where you believe to be is not real.

Just like it also is a fantasy to appear as if you are someone in a video game. Everything in its world is virtual. There is nothing to realise or learn except that the light from the sun is as artificial as the light from the electric bulbs and what you appear to be.

You think you are reading this article now, but actually, you are reading an edited version of what you read one second ago because the brain has spent one second on filtering and interpreting that in such a way, so it appears to be coherent with what you believe is your own point of view.

Hence the reason you see coherence and consistency in the world around you is that the brain has filtered what you see so that it seems to be in accordance by what and where you believe to be, which is the sum of selected memories stored in the brain. In other words, what and where you appear to be is the brain. Read more about that here.

You know carnival is an illusion, and that´s exactly what makes it so fun to pretend to be a person in in it.

If reading this makes you want to know what is really going on, and you decide to see the unfiltered and therefore authentic version of the world, you are still caught in the same game of the brain, namely that there is something to find where there is nothing. It is like looking for something in the world of Super Mario. There is nothing real there.

Besides, it is not what you believe to be but the brain that fabricates a filtered view of the world, and just like a dream is beyond your control so is the fantasy made by the brain. There is nothing you can change except your perception of it. See hack #1.4 You cannot change the world, but you can change your perception of it.

So if the way the brain filters your experience of the world is perceived to be upsetting, you change the perception into something enjoyable. You probably consider this as cheating, if you believe what and where you appear to be real, but if not, no matter what and where the brain makes you seem to be, it is like being entertained by a magician. You know everything he does is an illusion.

If you do not know that, look closer, because the closer you look, the more you see he is fooling you into believing that what he does is real.

As that which is one is formless and therefore endless, it is not possible to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, nor is it possible to be anyone at all, as it takes more than one to be anything, and there is no more than the formlessness of oneness.

But according to the brain, it receives frequencies from our the senses, that confirm us to be somebody in a world where there seems to be more than one. But since there is no more than that which is one, there are no frequencies but those of nothing.

Hence the experience of a tangible world with us as substantial beings in it is a deception. And so is the story of the big bang. Also the findings of science that seems to suggest that as our visual system is sensitive to sound frequencies, our sense of smell to cosmic frequencies, and the cells in our bodies to a broad range of frequencies, we are part of a holographic domain of consciousness and thus part of something greater.

It is more to the point when aspects of Pribram’s holographic model of the brain is put together with Bohm’s theory. For if the concreteness of the world is but a secondary reality and what seems to be ´there´ actually is a holographic blur of frequencies, and if the brain also is a hologram and only selects some of the frequencies out of this blur and mathematically transforms them into sensory perceptions, what becomes of objective reality?

Put quite simply, everything experienced is an illusion. We are ´receivers´ that seem to float through a kaleidoscopic sea of frequencies, that literally speaking is non-existing until the brain appears to be able to extract something from out of nothing and turn it into somebody having an experience of a tangible world.

Yet the experience of a tangible world is only one out of many – the experience of an astral world is another one – that the brain seems to be able to extract from the sea of nothingness and project ghostly images into it via its simulated superhologram, so there appears to be something where there is nothing.

In other words, the whole world – whether it seems physical or spiritual – is a fantasy made by the brain to fool you into believing, that you are in a body with sensors, that receive frequencies from a world outside of you and thus ratifies you to be someone substantial in a tangible world. Read more about that here.

That there is a brain making this fantasy is also a fantasy, and so is that somebody has this fantasy. It is wishful thinking by those who want to be ratified as a conscious being. + Eyes do not see, they translate

Our eyes cannot see anything at all. The tangible world we believe to see is a construction of thoughts the brain fabricate based on the reflections of light that passes through our eyes. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Even though the digital photos in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings seem to be different images with each their own story, they are the same in the sense that they all consist of the same zeros and ones. And it is not before an app translates different mixes of zeros and ones into different images reminiscent of the world in which we believe everything is separated from each other, that the digital images are perceived to be different from each other.

This translation makes us forget, that the raw data of each image consist of the exact same zeros and ones and that there is absolutely nothing to see if they are not translated.

This does not only apply to digital images but any kind of world – animate or inanimate, spiritual or physical – where there appear to be different appearances. In other words, seeing something is based on how the brain translates raw data, that cannot be seen into something we believe to see.

The human eyes can be compared to a digital camera, that contrary to an analogue camera does not cause any images to be made on a film, but records the data – called RAW – of light coming through the lens, when the shutter button is pressed.

This data, however, can in no way be perceived to be an image of something, before the raw data has been converted into the set up of contrasts that appears to shape a world defined by time and space. This is often done by rendering RAW into a JPEG file.

Likewise, there is nowhere inside the head of us, that the light recorded by the eyes is processed into an image as it is in an analogue camera. The data or frequencies of light coming through the eyes can only be seen as an image reminiscent of the world in the way we expect to see it, when such an image has been fabricated by the brains via its translation of the data it collects from three taps in our eyes, which respectively record red, green and blue frequencies.

If the raw data received by the eyes or any other sense is not translated into something perceivable, there is neither nothing experienced and thus no experiencer.

Facebook can now automatically write captions on images, that can be read by blind people, so their brain can use this info to construct an image inside of them as if they actually see the image on Facebook. The graphic is grabbed from an article in Wired.

As everything we believe to see is a mix of these three frequencies, that the brain has translated into a world of different substantial elements, and as this translation is based on how we perceive the past, we do not see the world but think it – also if we believe to live in the now, come from the heart and whatnot.

It is quite similar with the way Facebook uses artificial intelligence to automatically generate captions on photos in the News Feed so blind people are able to grasp what is in it and thus fabricate an image themselves, as if they, for example, see a pizza like in the image from Facebook, that is grabbed from an article in Wired about this.

The blind one will not know though, that the system in Facebook does not always get it right. And in regards to ´seeing´ anything that seems to be separated from something else hardly anybody know that their ´system´ never gets it right. Separation is not possible, because there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

So in the context of that which is one you do not see this article. And neither do you in the context of a world where there seems to be more than one. Everything on the screen, where you seem to see this article, consists of zeros and ones added together in ways that are entirely meaningless to the human mind.

You only seem to look at this as something, because your electronic device has a system, that translates nothingness into wavelengths of light reaching your eyes in ways that the brain, in this case, turns into letters forming English words.

You are translating the raw data coming into your eyes according to your preferences – probably assuming that the way you translate them is the right way, because you know to judge what is right or not. But it is all make-believe.

Reading these words, however, in a country where the internet is censored, some of them may have been changed or left out. If not, you definitely will exercise censor yourself. Based on your past memories and present mood you twist Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, so they fit into the world in the way you expect it to be. In other words, the article, that you think you are reading, is not the article that Alexius wrote. What you believe in reading on the screen is a translation made in your brain layered on top of the conversion the system of the electronic device has made. Neither humans or self-driving cars actually see the world where they appear to be but what their brain has decided for them to see based on the info coming from their senses. But as you can ´see´ in this image, a self-driving car ´sees´ the world quite different from the way you ´see´ it. The graphic is grabbed from Wired.

So what you ´see´ can be compared to what a self-driving car sees, namely nothing. What it ´sees´ is a manipulation of the info received from its sensors into images, that makes it do the right thing.

The brain uses the very same organ to fabricate all the apparently different experiences you seem to have. It does not differentiate between what you consider to be imaginary, reality or spirituality, so dividing them like that is make-believe.

You are bound to get lost in the manipulation of thoughts into seeing a world fabricated to look as if it consists of physical elements that differ from each other – and probably so lost, that you may believe some aspects are more real than others. That is why they seem to be able to hide that the ´the raw data´ of them is nothing translated into something. Oneness cannot be found anywhere, as it takes more than one to find something.

But when you are willing to set aside the translation of the brain by saying ´Dunno know what and where I am´ you are not definable as someone, wherefore there is nobody to experience the translation of ´raw data´ into physical appearances. Hence that which cannot be translated and therefore not experienced, namely the enlightenment of that which is one, is bid welcome.

When you do not know what and where you are, there is not something to define you and thus not someone to hide the formlessness of that which is you. The animation is grabbed from the web.

As all learning is founded on translating that which is one into that which is not one, you cannot learn the enlightenment of that which is one. It is, in fact, the willingness to unlearn all translations – including those that bring about experiences of life, love, unity or being someone at all – that bids it welcome.

If you expect to see the enlightenment of that which is one, you will miss it, as it takes more than one to see something.

That is why neither Alexius or anybody else has been in the enlightenment of that which is one. So when Alexius says it is nothing but bright white light, it is vague memories from when he momentarily stepped aside, and it sucked the nothingness of him through a hole that appeared to be black until there was nothing but that which is one.

Appearing to return to a world where there seems to be more than one after that there is no longing to come back to that which is one, because now you the experience of being there is not real, as it takes more than one to experience something and there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless.

Those, however, having visions of light, that is full of love and mystic experiences, regret that they have left their state of mind and tries to return. But although their experience was intense and brought them into an unusual state of mind, it is like an orgasm just a peak experience. And as it is no more real than less intense experiences, what it brings about is not fulfilment but a wish for more, which you only seem to be able to get in a world where there seems to be more than one.

To make long short, anything describable, perceivable, definable or explainable is a translation of that which is one into something that appears to be more than one, wherefore it always brings about the desire for more.

Ultimately speaking no translation is better than another one. Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings also brings out the desire for more, but as it is the desire for more of nothing, the application of them, which often happens all by itself while or after reading them, slowly but surely undoes the belief in seeing something, so keep reading/applying them until there is not something left to hide that which cannot be seen.


NOTE: The above about eyes applies to all senses. If you are tone-deaf, for example, it is not due to a problem in the ear but the brain, which is unable to find the equation in music. In other words, any experience is fabricated by the brain – also if it seems to come from the heart, the astral world and whatnot. So the less you believe your experiences to be real, the less there is to hide the reality of that which cannot be experienced, namely the formlessness of that which is one.

How to sense the oneness of life in a world where there seems to be more than one

The one having a dream is not to be seen there but everyone in the dream is there because of the dreamer, so if there is no focus on the appearances of a dream the content becomes obvious, namely the dreamer. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

If not for the energy of the dreamer, the world in the dream would not appear to be there, so if those who seem to be in the dream do not identify with their appearance but the energy that makes it possible to experience their appearance, it is only the experience of this appearance, that will vanish when the dreamer wakes up. There is no more than the oneness of life, because it is formless and therefore endless. Hence a world where there seems to be more than one is not there. It is a fantasy founded on the wish to be and have more than the oneness of life, which is carried out by imagining, that it is possible to fragment it into opposites like good and bad, right and wrong, light and dark and so on.

So if you consider yourself and the group of people, you believe to be a part of, to be better than the rest of the world – or in any other way to be different from it – you are enhancing the belief in this fantasy of fragmenting oneness into contrasts of opposites, and therefore making it appear, as if life is separation and not oneness.

When two sides of a contrast – for example positivity and negativity – are neither judged to be good or bad, none of them are excluded, and so the apparent difference between them cannot be experienced. Hence a world where there seems to be more than one appears so bland, that its lifelessness is exposed.

But if you consider your group to be equally good and bad, the two sides of this contrast cancel out each other, which means the group is non-definable and therefore not a contrast to the rest of the world, so there is nothing to acknowledge the belief in separation. And without it there is no foundation for experiencing a world where there seems to be more than one.

A world without life can only be perceived because of life.

There is no way for a dreamer to control its dream, neither can its appearances control it. But they can choose how to perceive it. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Though it is the power of the dreamer that generates a dream, the dreamer is not in control of it, neither are those appearing to be there. But appearing to be there, you are free to choose how to perceive it. And if perceived to be a symbol of the power generating it, the same applies to your appearance. So when it ends, that which it symbolises, namely the energy of the dreamer, is still there.

Everything experienced in a world where there seems to be more than one is bound to end, but that which is used to generate the experience goes on regardless, because it is formless and therefore endless. So if you do not identify with what you experience to be, but that which makes it possible to experience it, there is no end.

In other words, if everything experienced in a world where there seems to be more than one is perceived as symbols of the oneness of life, which is the power making it possible to experience such a world, there is only an end to the experience of the symbols but not to that which they symbolise.
