Why do the oranges fall down from the trees outside the house of Alexius every November? The answer is simple, it is the season for that. Likewise, it seems to be the season for Alexius to write an article about bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one and the fear it may involve.

The enlightenment of that which is one does not result in some kind of spiritual understanding or connection with a higher being. Actually, it results in nothing, because it takes more than one to be or have something.

As it also takes more than one to return to that which is one, there is no help to get from it. Besides, it does not know that you believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. It is not possible, because that which is one is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than that which is one. But it is possible to imagine being someone specific in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Most books or lectures about the enlightenment of that which is one are based on speculations of how to exclude what is judged as bad in order become full of light and joy. But to exclude is to separate and therefore an enhancement of the belief in being someone definitive – and nothing definable can enter the enlightenment of that which is one .

The enlightenment of that which is one can be compared to taking a ride in a fairground carousel so fast, that the mind has to give up seeing any differences at all. The enlightenment of that which is one undoes this imagination. Yet it is not an experience, neither a state of mind or some kind of being or consciousness, as it takes more than one to experience or be something. It can be compared to taking a ride in a fairground carousel moving so fast that the mind has to give up producing an ´I´ that is experiencing it.

Well, there is no mind at all in the enlightenment of that which is one. There is just one bright light. Not a light though that lightens up anything, as that would require more than one. For the same reason, there is no memory at all of a world where there seems to be more than one.

In other words, the imagination of being someone definitive is wiped out by the enlightenment of that which is one, so there is nobody left to experience bliss or anything else. Therefore, what he is about to tell is not based on his experience of the enlightenment of that which is one, but vague memories of it.

His memories may seem to imply, the enlightenment of that which is one is a sequence of events happening in linear time, but that is only because one perpetual present cannot be described in a world of linear time. And even though it is described as it ´happened´ many years ago, in non-linear time, it is still ´happening´. In other words, his description may be a mix of several ´excursions´ from linear time into one perpetual present.

An early morning, when he was 22 years old, he bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one after having intensely worked as a taxi driver for about 15 hours. Somehow the sum of the images from driving around the streets continually looking for customers turned the world into something less definable and more blurry. As he had no energy left to establish a focus of the world, he was sucked into by a spiralling show of psychedelic light, that did not seem to come from anywhere.

The enlightenment of that which is one is to be compared to the fusion of all lights, or sounds, or emotions, or tastes – depending on our preference as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one.

None of these fusions are the formlessness of that which is one. They are merely tools for attracting you to the extent, that you do not fight it, when all the thoughts collected to fabricate your personality are extracted by it, so that there is not something definable to be sucked through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one.

This article is about the first time the belief in being someone definitive momentarily was undone for Alexius, so the enlightenment of that which is one was bid welcome. It is the most known aspect* of it, namely light, that was bid welcome. Later its other aspects* – sound, emotion and taste –was also bid welcome. Not as a mix though  but one by one. It is not possible to mix something in the enlightenment of that which is one, as that requires more than one.

I assume it is not necessary to bid welcome all the aspects* of the enlightenment of that which is one, but that one of them is sufficient in regards to completely forget the imagination of a world where there seems tl be more than one.

Suddenly a black spot with no fixed location, nor a fixed form, looking like a horse head or an embryo showed up. And then a completely colourless light – brighter than the coloured light outside the black spot – started to show as a ring outside the edges of the black spot, that must have been a hole, as colourless light exploded out of it.

This light took over everything, as it was everywhere and yet nowhere. And just like that extracted the concept of Alexius and a world where there seems to be more than one and left it at the edge of the black hole, so the nothingness of him gracefully was falling through it into the formlessness of that which is one. If it was falling or floating he cannot recall because everything happened simultaneously, but there is a sense of forever falling while at the time floating in a space that was not there – and then in the exact same moment as forever falling there was nothing.

That is all folks. There is no more to tell. At this point, the enlightenment of that which is one is over, and there is nothing but the formlessness of that which is one, as it is called in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. It is not a big void of nothing filled with exotic ideas of unconditional love and whatnot. On the contrary. It is not filled with anything since that requires more than one

There is nothing to disturb you in that which is one, because there is no more than one. It is so simple compared to the peace fabricated in a world where there seems to be more than one, as that is always based on having to exclude something disturbing.

Thus it is neither peaceful or anything else. Metaphorically speaking the speed of it is so fast that it is not possible to differentiate anything. The conception of separation is not possible, so there is not something to see, nor anyone to see this. That is why stillness is not needed. Fortunately, because it is incredibly noisy – and then again all the noise is so loud, that it merges into one sound, all lights into one light, all emotions into one feeling and all tastes into one taste, that last no time.

This is not to be understood as the enlightenment of that which is a mix of light, sound, emotion and taste. These are four aspects* of it, but you only bid one of them welcome at a time. It does not matter which one of them. They all have the same purpose. Namely to attract you to such an extent, that you cannot help but let them extract all thoughts making it appear as if you are someone definitive and leave them at the edge of a black hole so that there is nothing definable to be sucked through it into the formlessness of that which is one.

It is, of course, a metaphor to say, oneness is on the other side of a black hole, as it is formless and therefore without end, inside or outside – also without size.

Dunno if there is a spiral around the black hole of the enlightenment of that which is one, because being that close nothing seems to differ from each other. Yet for a moment so short, that it is not conceivable, a light inside the edge of the black hole so much brighter that the very bright light around it, suddenly explodes into a formless light that does not include Alexius but the formlessness of that which I am. I seem to remember a spiral around a black hole in the enlightenment of that which is one. I do not remember it exactly as in this image – either because everything was moving so fast or I was so close that nothing seemed to differ from each other. Yet for a moment so short, that it is not conceivable, a light inside the edge of the black hole – so much brighter than the very bright light around it – suddenly like thousands of atomic bombs exploded into a formless light that erased anything definable, so what ´happened´ after being sucked by this light through a black hole I cannot tell, neither can I find any image on the web that can illustrate the vague memories of the nothingness of everything. The enlightenment of that which is one is unexplainable
When the belief in being Alexius momentarily was undone, and the enlightenment of that which is one was bid welcome, he had never seen a black hole before (and fortunately he did not see it in the enlightenment of that which is one, as otherwise, he would have bounced back to a world defined by time and space), so description of the entrance to that which is one as a black hole is made in retrospect. And calling it an entrance is a metaphor because there is neither an entrance or an exit to that which is endless.

Actually, it was not before much later, when he saw pictures of black holes from far out in the universe, that he sensed how familiar they were – much more than appearing to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Describing the enlightenment of that which is one in a world, where there seems to be more than one, is not possible, because even though so much is happening nothing is happening because it is one perpetual present.

To bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one, you, of course, do not have to drive a taxi all night or be in ´a deep sleep´ like Buddha supposedly described it. Whatever way you lose focus or stop defining and labelling will do in regards to bidding welcome the enlightenment of that which is one. Meditation though may work against this because many use it to concentrate and focus in an attempt to achieve something specific – and anything definable fence of the enlightenment of that which is one.

The return from that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one
How come Alexius returned to a world where there seems to be more than one after the enlightenment of that which is one? According to legend Buddha returned out of compassion for others. If this is the case for Alexius, he is not aware of it. But why should he return out of compassion for others, when there is no more than that which is one.

Jesus, who also seemed to return, said that going to heaven – assuming that by going there meant to bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one – is more difficult than for a camel to go through an eye of a needle. And in ancient scriptures of India, it is often said that you have to come empty-handed.

It seems that a person momentarily can forget to uphold the believe in being someone definitive so that there is not something definable to go through the eye of a needle into the enlightenment of that which is one – but it also seems, this eye of a needle is just big enough for a slight leftover of the belief in being someone definitive to pass through, and that this little piece will fear being entirely annihilated by the formlessness of that which is one.

To defend itself against this, it hangs onto anything that it can define as something, and by doing so you are back as someone definitive in a world limited by time and space, where things happen at such a slow speed, that there is plenty of time to realise, there is nothing to fear if you do not believe to be someone definitive, as then there is nothing to annihilate.

We cannot know how come, Buddha and Jesus returned to a world where there seems to be more than one in order to appear as if they were somebody specific there, but from also having returned Alexius knows there is nobody to help in such a world and nothing to heal but the sick belief, that something appearing to be definable can block out the formlessness of oneness.

Maybe he wanted to be reestablished as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, so he could escape what was perceived to be a relentless power taking away his free will and totally wipe out what he believed to be, which is also true as seen from the point of believing to be someone definitive. But if you do not uphold this belief, there is no free will to take away or anybody conceivable to wipe out – and therefore nothing to fear.

Seen from the perspective of that which is one, which is only possible metaphorically speaking as it takes more than one to see something, nothing is taken away or wiped out, because there is no more than that which is one.

Without the belief in being someone, there is no annihilation to fear
Fear of annihilation, as talked about in the above, is often related to an authority problem. In the case of Alexius, he perceived his father and later other authority figures as somebody determined to take away his free will and incorporate him like a satellite in their world.

If such a perception is correct or not is not the matter. Freedom is only a problem if you have chosen to believe that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Without this belief, there is no more than that which is one, and therefore nothing to take away anything.

It is not possible though to completely stop believing that you are someone definitive while appearing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one because otherwise, it would not appear to be there. It is also not possible to solve all unsolved issues with others, as being someone specific is based upon having those problems.

But it is possible to realise, that problems are simply something you pretend to have in order to appear as someone definitive, so when the enlightenment of that which is one exposes them, there is no reason to take the fear of being annihilated by an omnipresent power serious, because the problems are not yours but something you pretend to have.

Another straightforward way to undo the belief in being someone specific is to see everything in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one. When you as a person in the world is nothing but a symbol, it is not fearful when this symbol is erased by the enlightenment of that which is one, so only that which it symbolises is left. To see that being someone definitive is nothing but make-believe, you must first acknowledge, that you think, you know what and where you are – and that you therefore are mistaken.

The fastest way to undo the belief in being someone at all is to realise that you do not know what and where you are. When there is not someone to be conscious about someone definitive, there is nothing to lose or let go off.

The above ways of undoing the belief in being someone definitive does not require enlightenment. It definitely helps, but the despair of appearing to be someone in a capsule of time and space is just as good a prerequisite.

A season for everything
That there is a way to undo the belief in being someone definitive, may be an obstacle in itself, because ultimately speaking there is nothing to undo and nobody to return to the formlessness of oneness, as there is no more than that which is one. So maybe Alexius just appeared to return from the enlightenment of that which is one to a world where there seems to be more than one because it was the season for such imagination. And maybe one day it is the season imagination is over so that there is no imagination to hide the unimaginable, namely that which is one. Do not know, and it does not really matter, because there is no more than that which is one, regardless of seasons or whatever else imagined that requires more than one.

*) The article is about the most known aspect of the enlightenment of that which is one, namely light. Whatever aspect that comes to you when you bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is one depends on your preferences as someone definitive. + Being and seeing something is not real, nor is dying

In a world where there seems to be more than one, everything is experienced to be separated from each other. PART 1:
If this article is experienced to be written by somebody and read by somebody else, you believe it is possible to be and have more that which is one. But as oneness is formless and therefore endless, there is no more than that which is one, so this experience is not real, nor is any other experience since it takes more than one to experience anything.

When a world where there seems to be more than one is believed to be real, this belief seems to hide that which cannot be believed, namely the formlessness of oneness.

For the same reason, there is no one in a world where there seems to be more than one. Just like within the context of such a world, although you may experience there is somebody in a dream you appear to have, it is an illusion. Not even yourself are there. You are in your bed.

Since the formlessness of oneness is one perpetual present, a dream of being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one ends the very same moment it starts. That is why it is not possible to have a conscious experience of being in such a world unless you hold onto your memories and thus seem to establish a difference of time.

In a world of linear time, however, nothing seems to last, so everybody fears the end of what they appear to be. Thus they invent concepts like heaven, that makes them appear to go on as a better version of themselves in a better world, where they are part of something bigger.

But as that which is you is no different from that which is one, and as it takes more than one to be anything somewhere, that which is you is nowhere. In other words, the experience of being somewhere, despite where that might be, is make-believe. Having this belief undone may seem to take a while you appear to be someone in linear time. And so what. Time is an illusion!

PART 2:
As it takes more than one to achieve something, there is nothing to accomplish in that which is one. It is only in a world where there seems to be more than one does this seems possible. Yet nothing that is real is accomplished, as there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

As it takes more than one to exist, existence must be outside of that which is one, but since there is nothing outside of it, nor inside it, as that calls for more than one, nothing exist.

For the same reason that which is you is not in a world where there seems to be more than one, nor is such a world inside of that which is you or anywhere else. Just like a dreamer is not in its dream, nor is the dream in the dreamer or anywhere else. Hence it is not knowing what and where you are, that reveals the formlessness of oneness. Not in a sense, that it is seen or realised. Only what is outside of oneness can be viewed or realised – and there is nothing outside of it since it has no beginning or end.

What actually is revealed you cannot know since the revealed is that which is one and it takes more than one to know something.

PART 3:
Believing to be someone definitive, you are probably used to get physical wellness from a good nights sleep, sex, fitness, yoga or massage, for example. But that is because the brain produces thoughts, that seem to imply you are in a body. This it is not able to do at the moment of death because it is running out of oxygen.

Thoughts are still produced, but as they no longer can be experienced to come from a specific self in a tangible body, the experience is not that you are someone definitive but someone who is going crazy.

That is if you are not in the habit of sorting out your disorientation but having its uncontrolled energy ignite a take-off to the empty breath because then you are accustomed to the emptiness of not-knowing, wherefore there is no one to be bothered from thoughts not adding up to something familiar. See hack #5.2 Uncontrolled speed leads to a state of not-knowing.

In that case, the rapid flow of thoughts is immediately replaced by a chaotic flow of feelings. And if a state of not-knowing is not left in favour of going down memory lane to find something well-known that can support the image of being someone definitive, everything that seems to be something is terminated by the enlightenment of that which is one. See hack #6-7.1 The enlightenment of that which is one and glimpses of it. Not being someone at all most often, however, is avoided by fearing something.

But very few get past the fleeting thoughts because they try to capture the ones that seem friendly and compile them into an experience of being a self in a tangible body. But as there is not enough oxygen to hold onto them and produce a conscious experience of being in a body, the satisfaction that comes from smoking, sex or something else that requires such a thing cannot be found. Thus it slowly dawns on you, there is no happiness to get because what you used to experience as you was make-believe. You feel stuck in nowhere and then panic sets in.

Any experience you believe to have – including to live and die – is a deception. It is not possible to experience anything at all, because it takes more than one to experience something, and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. Yet it seems as if it is possible to have a dream where there appears to be more than one.

That which is you cannot be known, because it is no different from that which is one and it takes more than one to know something.

Even though there is no one in a dream, you insist on being someone in it and that your responses to it support this claim. But as everything in a dream has an end, so have the reactions, that seem to attest to you are someone in a physical body. However, if not holding onto those or anything else that defines you as someone definitive, there is no end.

INTERLUDE:
If the volume of music is experienced to be too loud, you can turn it down – or shut it off. In similar ways, many other things in the world can be controlled. Not death though. It can be postponed but not stopped.

Yet the experience of death as the end of you will change if not fighting it but instead going with its flow, as that very abruptly undoes the belief in being someone definitive so that there is nobody gracefully falling into the formlessness of that which is one.

In other words, when not defining what appears to be dying, nothing returns to the formlessness of oneness.

If you interpret anything in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings as if death is the way to return to that which is you or in any way a solution to your apparent problems, you are out of sync with them. Death is an illusion and thus not a solution to anything. Nor does anything experienced as mundane, spiritual and whatnot need a solution because any experience is an illusion, as it takes more than one to experience something and there is no more than that which is one.

In other words, if you throughout your apparent existence as someone definitive have not established a habit of entering a state of not-knowing, death does not undo the belief that it is possible to be someone definitive. On the contrary, it enhances it, because if you are not somebody there is nobody to die.

PART 4
Everybody knows, that when having vertigo, it is a false sensation. The world is not moving around you. But hardly anybody knows, that seeing a world, where there appear to be more than one, is a false sensation of that which is one appearing to be more than one.

Having vertigo and knowing it is a false sensation does not make much a difference when the world appears to spin around you. It is still very hard – if not impossible – to navigate in it when what you see is so different from the past experiences of the world. You need to do something about the cause of vertigo to be able to see, the world as it is supposed to be seen. Physically speaking the cause often is an unbalance in the ears.

To not see a world, where there appear to be more than one, it also is not enough to know it is an illusion. You need to address the cause of the problem to be able to undo the belief in such a world. The cause of this belief is that you think it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. As long as you believe this, a world, where there appear to be more than one, appears to hide that which is one.

PART 1:
Alexius has not invented the headline. It is a rewrite of a movie title. Nor is the rest of the article thought up by him. He cannot think. Thoughts are passing by like frequencies are passing by a radio, which picks up and transmits those it is tuned into. In this article, Alexius is tuned into the following:

They meditate, chant, drink, take drugs or something else to alter their perception of the present moment so they can avoid being in touch with the feelings it seems to bring about. But every time they do something to get rid of an emotion, sadness for example, on a psychological level, they enhance the sense of not being happy. Thus what you consider to be wrong in yourself or the world you increase, the more you try to avoid or correct it.

  • Trying to purify yourself, you enhance feeling condemned.
  • Pursuing freedom, you strengthen the door to your prison.
  • Eating to get healthy, your feeling of being wrong is fed.
  • On a quest for enlightenment, darkness is tightened.
  • Trying to unite, separation is increased.
  • Looking for love, your self-hatred is ratified.
  • Seeking god, you feel more sinful.
  • Meditating to be at peace, your frustrations increase.
  • Searching for a higher self, you confirm you are not good enough.
  • Wanting to be perfect, imperfect is confirmed

This is not to say that you should stop suppressing your feelings. By all means, go ahead and do it – or stop it. It does not matter. Whatever you seem to think, feel or do is a fantasy because what and where you believe to be is fabricated by the brain.

You think you are reading this article now, but actually, you are reading an edited version of what you read one second ago, as the brain has spent one second on filtering and interpreting it in such a way, so you seem to read something that is coherent with the experiences it has made for you in the past.

If reading that makes you want to know what this article really says, and you decide to see the unfiltered and therefore authentic version of it, you are still caught in the game of the brain, namely that what you do and say makes a difference. It is like thinking, you can make a difference in the world of Super Mario. It is not possible. Everything is fixed. But you are free to change your perception of it.

So if the way the brain filters your experience is perceived to be upsetting, you change your perception into something that makes you feel good. Believing that what and where you appear to be is real, you may consider this as to cheat. But when you know that every experience is an illusion fabricated by the brain, having them is like watching the show of a magician. You do not want to break the magic spell by looking for authenticity but to perceive the show in a way that entertains you. Read more about that in hack #4.2 The basic self versus the special one.

PART 2:
All colours in a light beam, except lime green, have a complementary colour, so if you believe to see pink, which theoretically speaking is the complementary colour of lime green, in the pictures here you are wrong. Pink does not exist. That is why it is said to be an extra-spectral colour in Wikipedia. If you want more factual info about pink, also called fuchsia and magenta, follow this link.

The reason you perceive the colour pink, although it is not there, is that every time you, theoretically speaking, should see it as a complementary colour to lime green, you mix blue and red to create pink so you can fill the gap in the spectrum of a light beam with it.

But if not for gaps, a world where there seems to be more than one would, according to science, not appear there. It was a perceived gap in the pattern, made up by the particles from the big bang, that made it possible for the inconsistent structure to unfold into a world with gaps between everything. In other words, if a gap had not been perceived in the way the particles from the big bang gathered together, there would have been no imperfection to trigger the fantasy of separation.

Perfection, therefore, is the end of separation. But this is not achieved by filling the gaps with love or other childish dreams of togetherness, as the special self would do, since doing so is based on the belief in separation (read more about that here), because without it, there would be nobody to love.

The world is designed, so it appears to be a puzzle, where you are rewarded when you get the pieces right. But the puzzle is incomplete. A piece is missing. No problem, if you perceive it as it is, but if not, an endless quest for something to fill the gap is set in motion.

But perceiving it as it is, gaps neither contribute to imperfection or perfection but to a world where they seem to separate everything and thus to keep together a world where there seems to be more than one. Perceiving it like this, which the basic self does, gaps are what makes it entertaining to experience such a world. You can read about the basic and special self in hack #4.2 The basic self versus the special one.

What you think you see, is precisely that. It is an image fabricated by the brain, which has lots of scripts to automatically manipulate the rays of light reaching the eyes into a picture of the world, that looks like you expect it to do. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Once upon a time, a king liked to order people to be beheaded in the blind spot, we all have when we look at something from a specific angle. It is not a gap that we notice because we are conditioned to fill it with something from our memory. The king, therefore, kept seeing the beheaded ones with the head until he changed his viewing angle and they had no head, which he found very amusing.

It is not only the gaps, as mentioned above, we are conditioned to fill with what we expect to see. This whole page that you think you see on a digital media is a gap that has been filled with something because digital info cannot be seen. Check out Eyes do not see, they translate.

The same applies to the rest of the world that you believe to see. It is as virtual as this page, and so is the brain that seems to fill it with something real.

There are probably lots of gaps in this article which has been filled with something that makes sense to you.

PART 3:
After the big bang particles grouped together in an almost perfect pattern. There were a few gaps, though. Had it turned out to be a perfect pattern, it would have been static and not unfolded into the universe. It is the gaps that keep the universe expanding.

In other words, everything in the world is based on imperfection and would cease to appear, if not for imperfection. Is it not beautiful, that it is so clear to see, everything that which is not one is imperfect and only seems to exist, because of incompletion.

That which is one and formless cannot manifest a world defined by time and space, but if you imagine oneness to be incomplete, forms seem to appear around the gaps, that seems to last for a while, and the world of duality appears. But as all appearances in the world are based on time and space, they are bound to have an end.

If you do not identify with appearances, but enjoy them while they last, you will not end, when the appearance of your body stops.

This is not to say that you will continue as a soul. It is just a subtle appearance invented by those identifying with the appearance called a person in order to extend this identification when the appearance of a personality in a body is gone. Soul, god or whatever concept of the world dies with the body, as all concepts of the world are fabricated in the brain of the body. What is left, when the body ends, is that which is one.

Oneness is not a new appearance to experience for a while, as it is one eternal now – and so there is no way to explain it in an imperfect world, where appearances seem to come and go in linear time. Neither is there a way to go there. All doing comes from incompletion, so that which is incomplete, namely the world of duality, must be undone for that which is one to be uncovered.

To undo the world is to not own thoughts, as gaps are maintained by thoughts.

To warn about something unreal not being real, you serve the unreal, because the warning will make that which you warn about to appear as if it is real. Why else warn about it?

PART 4
The world of duality can be compared to one of those thriving fansites on the internet, where the community is devoted to continuing the story of a TV show, that has been cancelled.

One moment in the world of non-duality, the idea of a world of duality was exploited. It started with a big bang from where time was projected forward in a linear way. There seemed to be no going back in this world. If ice cubes melt in water, they cannot be extracted from it and made into the same ice cubes again. The light radiating from a lamb or the sun only goes forward. It never returns.

At least this is how it seemed in the world of duality, that non-duality was exploring, but as non-duality is one and one has no time, it is not possible neither to go forward or backward in two different movements. It has to be the same movement, so the expansion of the world of duality was contracted, the very same moment it was expanded.

There are no differences in non-duality, so the metaphor of this article should not be taken too literally. It is just a way to illustrate, that the world is long time gone, and that what seems to be there are bits and pieces or loops of it, that are played again and again in an interactive movie on the internet, so the cancelled show called the world of duality seems to be going on.

The idea of a world of duality was cancelled because It is not possible only to go forward. Least of all it is not possible to only know the past and not the future as in oneness everything is simultaneously.

In other words: The idea of a world was cancelled the very moment it was conceived. However, parts of oneness were so excited by the idea that they made a fan site, where they fabricated an ongoing story of the cancelled world of duality.

They made the fansite in such a way, so that followers of it could participate in the virtual story and built their own version of it – just like the fan sites in the context of the world are fabricating follow-up stories to for example cancelled TV show, that followers participate in and discuss as if they are real. Or just like some joins in groups and make a roleplay based for example on the second world war, that in linear time ended a long time ago.

There is no harm in doing a roleplay. It is not real, but if you think it is, it may seem harmful. No worries. Thinking so is just a mistake, that can be corrected.

APPENDIX:
On the news, Alexius recently read about a psychologist who says, »it is dangerous young people use their smartphone for communicating with others instead of meeting physically. It is a problem for the brain because it is not made to deal with meeting others in a virtual world.«

He had no scientific data to prove his claim. Actually, he had nothing to back up his statement. And it is doubtful there is, because it is actually the same organ in the brain, that process both so-called reality and imagined or virtual reality. To the brain, it is all the same. Whether you call it virtual reality or just reality, it is a fabrication made in the brain.

The contacts you seem to have physically are no different from the connections you seem to have virtually. In both cases, the world is in the eye of the beholder. It is you, who decides how to perceive the world, and it is you, who fabricate a response to how you have chosen to perceive it. It is a construction of thoughts which purpose is to feel the world, so you believe you are there amongst other separated entities, but even though contacts in the world appear to be between at least two separated entities, there is ultimately only one, namely you, no matter in what context the communication seems to occur.

The purpose of the world is to disguise that and make it appear as if it is real, that there is more than one. The psychologist, who came with the statement at the beginning of this article, plays his part well in fulfilling this purpose, as the bullshit he is saying with such seriousness helps to reinforce, that the physical world is real, although it is just as virtual as the online world.

Eyes do not see, they translate

Our eyes cannot see anything at all. The tangible world we believe in looking at is a construction of thoughts compound by the brain based on the reflections of light that it claims passes through our eyes. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Even though the digital photos in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings seem to differ from each other and each has their own story, they are the same in the sense that they all consist of nothing but the same zeros and ones. And the images do not seem to be different from each other before an app translates specific mixes of zeros and ones into different photos reminiscent of the world where we experience to be as separated beings.

This translation of zeros and ones into images that we seem to recognise as something from the world where we believe to makes us forget, that the raw data of each image consist of the exact same zeros and ones and that there would be absolutely nothing to see if they had not been rendered by an app.

This does not only apply to digital images but anything that appears to be different from something else, regardless it seems to be inanimate or animate, spiritual or physical and whatnot. In the world where we believe to be, the app doing this is the brain. It translates nothing into something that seems tangible.

»Your eye is like a camera … Photons pass through your lens, which focuses them onto a spot at the back of your retina. There, specialised photoreceptive structures called rods and cones convert these photons into electromagnetic impulses that your brain interprets as shapes, colours, and textures.« From an article in Wired.

First, an app translates zeros and ones into frequencies, that seem to reach your eyes from your screen. Then those frequencies are converted by the brain into something that looks like you expect the world to be. The human eyes can be compared to a digital camera, that contrary to an analogue camera does not make images on a film inside of it. Instead, it records the data – called RAW – of light coming through the lens when the shutter button is pressed.

This data, however, cannot be seen as an image on the screen of the camera before it is converted by a built-in app into the contrasts that define a world where there seems to be more than one. Technically speaking this is most often done by rendering RAW into a JPEG file.

If the raw data received by the eyes or any other sense is not translated by the brain into something perceivable, there does not appear to be someone experiencing anything.

Likewise, there is nowhere inside the head of us, where the light recorded by the eyes is processed into an image like in an analogue camera. The data or frequencies of light captured by the eyes can only be seen as an image reminiscent of the world where we believe to be when the brain has fabricated such an image by translating the data it collects from three taps in the eyes, that respectively record red, green and blue frequencies.

Since it takes time for the brain to process the information it gets from the eyes in a specific moment, it sorts the received information into categories and only use those needed to make up the image it wants you to see. The time delay in processing, it extrapolates so it does not seem to interfere with what you perceive to be happening now.

Facebook can now automatically write captions on images, that can be read by blind people, so their brain can use this info to construct an image inside of them as if they actually see the image on Facebook. The graphic is grabbed from an article in Wired.

As it always takes the brain about one second to accomplish this, our conscious experience of now is a construction of thoughts about what happened one second ago – also if we believe in coming from the heart and whatnot. Thus we do not see but think that we are somebody in a world where there seems to be more than one. Read more about that here.

It is quite similar to how artificial intelligence automatically generates an audio caption on a photo in the News Feed for blind people on Facebook so they can fabricate an image of a pizza, for example, themselves. The image is, by the way, grabbed from an article in Wired about this.

The blind ones, however, will not know if artificial intelligence always gets it right. Neither will they or the ´seeing´ ones understand that the brain never gets it right when it produces experiences of a world where there seems to be more than one because there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

So in the context of that which is one you do not see this article since it takes more than one to see something. But nor do you in the context of a world where there seems to be more than one. Everything on the screen, where you believe to see this article, consists of zeros and ones added together in entirely meaningless ways.

You only seem to see this nothingness as something, because your electronic device has a system, that translates it into wavelengths of light which reach your eyes in ways that the brain, in this case, turns into letters forming English words.

The brain is translating the raw data coming through the eyes into experiences that seem to be tangible. But it is all make-believe.

Reading these words in a country where the internet is censored, some of them may have been changed or left out. And if not, you have most definitely left out some yourself, so you can twist Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings into something that fits your perception of the world. In other words, the article, that you think you are reading, is not the article that Alexius wrote. What you believe to be reading is based on how you perceive the brains translation of the article that your browser has rendered from HTML, which is one of the languages an electronic media uses to convert its mess of zeros and ones into something that appears to make sense. If you experience to be run in a dream, you are mistaken. You are not in the dream but in your bed adding thoughts together in such a way that you perceive yourself to be running in a non-existing world. The same applies to everything you believe to experience in a world where there seems to be more than one. You are not there because there is no more that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

In other words, what you believe to read is made up in your brain. Just like when you have vertigo and experience the world to spin around you. It is not spinning around you. Only in your head. It is something the brain makes up. And so is, for example, feeling loved or rejected. Those feelings are the same in the sense that they are not caused by anything else than electrical impulses in your head. This applies to all experiences, including those perceived to be divine or spiritual. See All experiences are equally unreal.

You can compare the experience of living in a world where there seems to be more than one to using a flight simulator. You are not flying at all. It is an illusion.

Neither humans or self-driving cars actually see the world where they appear to be but what their master, respectively the brain and The Cloud, based on the info coming from their senses, decides for them to see. And as you can ´see´ in this image of how a self-driving car perceives the world, it is entirely different from how you believe to see it. The graphic is grabbed from Wired.

What you ´see´ can be compared to what a self-driving car sees, namely nothing manipulated into something. The info received from the sensors of the self-driving car is shaped by The Cloud into what it wants the car to ´see´ and respond to as it is real. Read more about that here.

Whether you seem to see something in a movie or what appears to be a world outside of you, it is an experience fabricated by the brain. So if someone is seen as sad, it does not mean that this is so but that this is how a certain wavelength is interpreted by the brain.

Believing to see something can also be compared to how the artificial intelligence (AI) that Facebook and Google use to sort your photos is programmed to recognise your pictures. Even though all data in an electronic media consists of nothing but zeros and ones, artificial intelligence is programmed to experience special combinations of them as if they are substantial entities. The more it ´sees´ those entities, that it defines as human beings, the more it learns to interpret a particular facial expression as a special emotion. Thus it experiences to ´feel´ what it ´sees´ and, therefore, that it can relate to the persons in the photos as if it is one of them.

But since an artificial intelligence does not exist as somebody, nobody is relating to anybody. It is just layer upon layer of algorithms, that collects data and put them together in the same way like the human brain compiles thoughts to make it appear as if there is a tangible world where there is nothing but empty space.

When a smartphone recognises your face it does not mean that it sees you. In the case of Apple, for example, it registers the electrical impulses from a grid of 30,000 invisible dots which has been projected onto your face to create a 3-D map of your facial topography. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The brain uses the very same organ to fabricate all the apparently different experiences that it makes you conscious of. So if you split them into imaginative or real, for example, you are mistaken. All experiences are all make-believe.

In other words, the experience of a world defined by time and space is a construction of thoughts made by nobody from out of nothing – or as science states, the world consists of 99.9999999 per cent empty space and the rest, that we perceive as elements of matter making up a tangible world, is also blank.

The person you believe to be is blind, deaf and numb. What you experience to see, hear feel and taste, regardless it appears to be spiritual or mundane, is nothing but electrical impulses. They do not mean anything at all unless the brain manipulates them into something that appears to be a smile, for example.

The brain is like an app in a wearable device for blind people. It uses facial recognition to find a face and tells you when the algorithm suggest that it smiles, so the blind can have an experience of ´seeing´ and/or ´feeling´a smiling face.

Most insist that this construction of thoughts is set in motion by something. Religions claim it is done by god and many gurus stand firm on the belief that higher consciousness is behind it and you will find it if you meditate or chant, for example. But since reality is that which is one, and it takes more than one to find something, only that which is not real can be found.

Ultimately speaking, the above is just another construction of thoughts, that is as illusionary as anyone else. Yet this illusion accepts, that it is not real, as it requires more than one to write, read, realise or understand it, and reality is that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

Thus it does not claim to expose what is real, but what is not real, so you stop to believe that there is something to see where there is nothing, and this belief, therefore, does not appear to hide there is no more than that which is one.


NOTE: The above about eyes applies to all the senses. If you are tone-deaf, for example, it is not due to a problem in the ear but the brain, which is unable to find the right equation in the music.

Any experience is made up

You must let appearances pass – including the appearance of time and you as a person – if you want to see that which is real.

The construction of the personality that you experience yourself and others to have can be compared to what happens on Facebook. Based on what you like and indirectly what you do not like the algorithms of Facebook will calculate, what kind of personality you have, so the more you like, the more your personality is established.

In accordance with the personality Facebook has constructed you receive updates and adds, that confirms its definition of your specific personality. In this way, you will be more and more fixated in the points of views you already have of what is right and wrong, so that reality seems to be that you and those you consider to be like-minded are the good ones and others the bad ones. Facebook, however, does the same for those you consider to be wrong, so just like you they think, they are the right ones.

4When you hit ´like´ many times on for example tv shows, Facebook will bring you updates and adds within this category, but most likely it will also bring you adds for loosing weight and exercising, because from its database it knows, that people watching a lot of tv tends to be on the fat side.

As a consequence you will not only feel fat but wrong, as slim is supposed to be right – or if you already felt that, Facebook has confirmed your personality to be wrong. But as nobody wants to be wrong themselves, you blame Facebook or others for being wrong, so that their flaws can defined you as right.

From this follows all personalities are in the same boat sharing the belief, that they are right and others wrong. But as each personality is a fabrication and as that which is real is not fabricated, all personalities must be wrong, even though they consider themselves to be right.

To see that which is real, you must choose to ignore the updates from Facebook, which in this article is a metaphor for the conclusions of the brain. You cannot stop the thoughts, that seem to come from the brain. It is like trying to stop the clouds. Their substance is an illusion. Likewise, thoughts and feelings are just empty space.

When everything is perceived as the symbol of the same, everything becomes equally likeable – and so there is nothing to choose. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

In other words, when you choose not to hang onto thoughts but let them pass, they cannot fabricate the substance called the personality, and so that which is you is no longer hidden. Choosing this is not a choice, as that involves a personality. Consequently, choosing this is to not choose.

One way of doing this is to perceive everything that you experience as not that which is you but symbols of it. That makes everything equally likeable, and so you do not need to choose what to like.

Your personality is stored in the cloud – and so what? Privacy is nothing but a means of the ego to make sure, that you appear as if you are separated.

PART 2:
Your personality is just a bunch of info that you have in your head, but soon – if not already – it will instead be in your cell phone or another digital device alternatively. That is the of privacy. And so what? That something can be kept private is a concept of the special self, that it gladly helps you fighting for because it will uphold your personality as separated from others and the special self thrives from separation.

Whether the personality consist on info gathered in the head or on a cell phone is the same, because in both cases the info is received from the cloud. In the case of the cell phone from a digital cloud, where as the head gets its info from an analog cloud, that for example Carl Jung calls the collective unconscious.*

But it is not possible to be separated, because that which is you is no different from that which is one, and it takes more than one to be separated from something. In other words, what you seem to experience is all made up by you, because there is no more than that which is you since it is formless and therefore endless.

So it is all up to you how long you will go on being a part in your story of separation.

PART 3:**
Your streaming playlist on for example Spotify, that you have put together with the help of its algorithms represents the music you like. But it also represents music you do not like because it is excluded from the list.

As most want to keep their playlist together in the way they made it, they do not want to switch to another system of streaming music – for example Tidal or Apple – if that results in changes of it.

Your personality has been fabricated in much in the same way as your playlist – and just like your physical appearance is not in your playlist or in the media playing it, that which is you is not in your personality or in the world where it appears to be.

Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings does not promise you more of anything, because that which is you is everything.

That which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one, so it cannot be changed or modified, as it requires more than one to change anything. For the same reason, it is not possible to be or have anything. Yet you experience to be or have a personality. How is that possible? Any experience is possible when you believe that there is more than that which is one. It does not change anything though, because oneness is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than that which is one.

But having built a specific personality in a world where there seems to be more than one, you do not want to it to be moved into the formlessness of oneness, unless it can remain the same except being more free, loved and divine.

And as it takes more than one to have something, there is nothing to hide, that there is no more than that which is one, if you give nothing, because you can only give what you have.

This desire for more, however, is what seems to hide the formlessness of oneness, so as soon you do not listen to the voice of ego whispering, that there must be something more, there is no more to hide the formlessness of oneness, which always was and always will be, since formlessness is endless.

PART 4:
If you feel something is missing in music compressed into an MP3 file from for example Spotify, you can instead subscribe to Tidal where you can choose to hear the same music in a non-compressed version.*** If there is still a feeling of something missing, you can get better speakers, wires and whatnot, and if that is not enough to completely satisfy you, live music may be the way.

But no matter in what way and how good the music is presented, you will never be satisfied, if the experience of it is supposed to make you feel complete.

Genuine completeness cannot be felt. No experiences last, so by nature feelings are incomplete. Consequently, the world, that you feel you are living in, will always feel as if it is incomplete, and as the world mirrors you, so will you. Yet most go on searching for completeness in the world as if it is possible to find something everlasting there.

The belief that there is more than that which is one is the cause of the constant dissatisfaction with a world where there seems to be more than one. You can never get enough. Always you must look for more.

Nothing everlasting needs to be found though because you already is that which is everything and never ends, namely the formlessness of that which is one. You have just blinded yourself with the belief, that there is more to be and have than that which is one. When you stop believing that, you will not look for more. It is just not possible to look for more, when not believing to be someone definitive, because the formlessness of you is endless, so there is no more than that.

PMT Inclusiveness is a state of not-knowing – and that is pure bliss

Feeling relaxed as well as irritated is to forget to appear as someone definitive in a world of duality because the inclusion of both feelings cancels them out. Once upon a time, Alexius was into excluding irritation, assuming it would be replaced by relaxation if he could justify the feeling of irritation with somebody or something in the world outside of him.

It is actually Alexius who in third person writes this article. Both he and I are grateful that you read it, because even though we appear to be different from you, the difference is not perceived to make a difference. Neither is the apparent difference between us and Gudruång, who is considered to be the astral voice behind Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings (more about that in the note about Alexius at the end of the article).

This is not to say, that we are one in the spirit. There is no spirituality in a world defined by time and space, as spirituality is formless and therefore endless, so we and everything else definable – included astral worlds and whatnot – are an illusion.

But as we are equally illusionary (see the article We are in it together), we are in that sense at one. And as there is no illusion without reality, namely spirituality, we are also one in the sense, that no matter what we appear to be, we are all symbols of spirituality.*

Consequently the apparent difference between the non-teacher and non student makes no difference.

But it was quite stressing always to be on the lookout for something, that he could blame for his irritation so that it seemed to come from somebody or something else instead. See also the article Every moment is the perfect moment – also for dying in the rainforest about his experiences of this when he was rescued by a helicopter after being stuck for two days without food and water in the rainforest.

If you do not keep the opposite sides of a contrast – for example winner and looser – away from each other by projecting one of them onto somebody else, there is no space to separate them, and so nobody can be defined as winner or looser.

Fortunately, he recognised that it is much more comforting to include irritation by feeling it to such an extent that there is nothing else because then there is not something to define him as irritated. This does not have to be carried out when irritation arises, but whenever there is an awareness. It is never too late, including the past in the present and thus cancels it both the past and the present since the latter builds on the former.

When you are nothing but irritated, there is not something to contrast it. Hence the included cannot be categorised and consequently not experienced as something in existence, neither can its contrast that otherwise would be labelled relaxation. Put in short, the apparent difference between the two opposing elements of a contrast is cancelled out when one of them are fully included.

To be fully inclusive does not mean you must take a journey to the past in order to find hidden feelings. They are the foundation for the present, so all that is needed to be fully inclusive is willingness to include the moment as it is.****  Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

To fully include something does not mean, you laboriously have to make sure every bit of it is included, but that the purpose of the inclusion is to be in a state of mind, where you are nothing but what you include. In other words, it is not about perfection but intention. And should your intention be a bit lukewarm, you are still fully inclusive, if you include the lukewarm intention.

This has nothing to do with acceptance or forgiveness, as inclusion leaves nothing to accept or forgive. Neither does it have anything to do with embracing or owning your apparent thoughts and feelings, as that enhances the belief in being someone definitive instead of undoing it.

This does not mean that every little detail must be included. What matters is that this is your intention. And even if you are not a hundred per cent sincere about that, willingness to be so is good enough.**** See also the article No wrongdoings are possible by using the hacks of Alexius and It is NOT about making a difference.

The colours we believe to see in a world defined by time and space are based on the RYB colour model, where the primary colours are red, yellow and blue. These colours are subtracted from the colours of light, where the primary ones are red green and blue (RGB). The addition of the primary colours of the world (RYB) results in black and so does the addition of the primary colours in the colour wheel of professional printing (CMYK), while the addition of the primary colours of light results in white – see the middle in each colour model above. A computer, by the way, uses the colours of light. Depending on your conditioning you will either use the RYB or RGB model for perceiving the complementary colour to for example red, which is green in the RYB model and cyan in the RGB model, as you can see in the illustration. In some ways, this inclusion can be compared to what happens, when we for example experience the colour red to be in a world outside of us and the brain in the same moment generates its complementary colour cyan inside of us in order to cancel out the opposing colours and replace them by a neutral grey. So while we still experience the bold colour of red in a world outside of us, inside of us, it is a neutral grey, as that is always the result of combining complementary colours, which you can see illustrated in the image with the square colours.

As this happens so fast and most are not aware of what is going on inside of them, you may not notice the complementary colour. But if you stare at red for a sustained period of time – roughly thirty seconds to a minute – and then look at a white surface, you will see an afterimage of the complementary colour, which is cyan or green depending on what colour model you are conditioned to follow. The info about colours are based on the research Alexius did in this regard, when he was writing a book about colour theory for a Danish marketing school many years ago.

Returning to our story of not excluding but including irritation, the apparent difference between the opposing sides in the contrast of irritation and relaxation is not perceived to make a difference, when the inclusion of irritation has cancelled out itself as well as its contrast relaxation, or vice versa. And as this state of neutrality or indifference rubs off on other contrasts, they also become neutral and so there is nothing to define you as someone definitive anymore.

Listening to ´Sentinela´ by Milton Nascimento, Alexius is reminded about the first moment, when he appeared to be outside the formlessness of that which is one, and the glorious time he perceived to be ahead as someone separated from oneness. But as formlessness is endless, there is nothing else, so the experience of being outside of it and having a future there is make-believe.

Hence you are in a state of not-knowing, which is no different from the first moment of the world – see the article A perfect moment takes you back to the first moment of duality – where there are glimpses of that which is one in the form of ethereal light, celestial music, intangible sensibility or taste.** In Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, this is also called a perfect moment.

When the internet is down, the thoughts about what is possible to accomplish in cyberspace fade out. And until the internet returns, so does the image of what you appear to be there. See also the article The formlessness of that which is you is not in a world defined by time and space.

In some ways this is similar to a state of not-knowing, where thoughts that seem to manifest you as someone definitive do not pass by anymore, so that there is nobody to attribute any thought with a specific meaning, which means there is nothing to hope for, and that is pure bliss.

Nobody knows this, however, before the state of not-knowing is over, and the sweet memories of it reminds you of the bliss that comes from not believing to be someone definitive.

Since a perfect moment is a state of not-knowing, it is not before it is over, that you via vague memories of it become aware, it is also a state of bliss. This is not the same as the enlightenment of that which is one though because that is not a state. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Since a perfect moment is a state of not-knowing, it is not before it is over, that you from the vague memories of it remember the pure bliss that arose from not believing to be someone definitive or maybe from the otherworldly visions you may have had. Be aware though that the visions you had have had are glimpses of that which is one and not that which is one since that can neither be seen, heard, felt or smelt, as it takes more than one to experience something.

As already said, cancelling out the difference between the opposite sides of one contrast – anyone will do – is enough to carry you into a perfect moment. But since there are many other contrasts, it ends when you again feel disturbed by the experience of something, you compulsive categorise as a specific feeling and out of habit try to exclude by justifying it with the world.

In a perfect moment nothing there are no disturbances, because even though the outer senses still perceive a world full of opposing contrasts, the inner ones do not interpret their apparent difference to make a difference.*** According to them everything is neutral. That is until something is judged to be so wrong or unjust, that it triggers hidden feelings – for example sorrow, anger or anxiety – and you do not include but exclude them by blaming the world for having caused them – or simply doping yourself with food, shopping, music, meditation or pills.

This does mean that you cannot dope yourself with something to become more relaxed. Sometimes the use of traditional or alternative medicine or treatment may bring you in a better position to not exclude but include the horror of feelings.

In the case of Alexius, he finds lots of the suggestions from Dave Asprey, Bulletproof useful in regards to charge the body and its brain. He has no affiliation with Bulletproof though. Nor does he share its goal, which seems to be the usual one of enhancing the personality instead of phasing it out – not knowing that it is the belief in being someone definitive which is the source of all suffering.

If you, however, choose to include the disturbing feeling, for example hate, a perfect moment returns. To include hate is similar to the inclusion of irritation. In other words, the inclusion of something, whether judged to be from the past or the present, is to be nothing but that, so that there is not something to contrast the included and consequently nothing to define it as a specific experience. Hence its contrast – in this case, love – cannot be defined as a specific experience either. Thus there is nothing but the bliss of emptiness.

By not excluding but fully including that you feel like nothing, the contrast of it, namely that you are everything, is also fully included – and so there is nothing to define and therefore to limit you as someone definitive. Thus you are in a state of not-knowing, which is pure bliss.

Instead of cancelling out the apparent difference between the opposite sides of various contrasts by including them one after the other, you can include a main contrast – for example right and wrong – via being nothing but one side of that contrast.*****

Since lots of contrasts are a variation of this one – for example good and bad***** – the apparent difference between the two sides in a myriad of other contrasts will be cancelled out as well. Thus the experience of being someone definitive falls apart, so there is nobody to be bothered about what and where you appear to be. That is a perfect moment.

If the boxes like this one, that pop up here, there and everywhere in this article, seem disturbing in regards to being focused and centred, you have gotten it right. They are meant to do that.

To be in a state of not-knowing, you must stop caring about being centred, in balance or to focus and concentrate, as that is deeply founded in separating everything into categories, which is a way of excluding those feelings you do not like by placing them in mental boxes.

In regards to getting into a state of not-knowing multitasking is much more beneficial, because it distracts the brain from focusing, so that it becomes difficult to categorise an experience as different from another. The nectar of life also facilitates defocussing and therefore a perfect moment, which you can read about in the article Perceiving the world as symbols of the four aspects of enlightenment – or how to have glimpses of enlightenment.

You should, of course not attempt to drive a car or something else that requires worldly attention in a state of not-knowing. But sitting in a bus, for example, is great for that.

An even more basic contrast to include is breathing in and out. The story of that contrast, however, is not part of this article, but it is part of hack #4, A state of not-knowing is nothing but bliss. If you quickly want to connect with the empty breath, that syncs the inner and outer senses so that peace from the inner ones makes you indifferent to the world of the outer ones, jump straight to the article Take-offs to ´the empty breath´,.

There is no more connection between the body and the mind than for example between the body and the clothes its wearing.

The empty breath also undoes the belief in a body-mind connection. The mind is mental, so it has no understanding of the body, which it looked at as a place to get rid of mental problems by dumping them in the stomach, the back and the neck, for example.

A state of not-knowing is not an out-of-body experience, neither an experience of uniting higher powers with the body, but a state of empty space. See the article Believing to be in or outside the body is equally insane.

The body is therefore much better off without the interference of the mind – especially as the body is perfectly equipped to heal itself. You can read more about the unfortunate belief in a body-mind connection, that has caused so many psychosomatic disorders, in the next article The absence of noise and silence is a perfect moment and hack #4.3 To be a basic self is to be good enough.

If you had not excluded something from your personality by blaming others for it, so you can be defined by what they are and you are not, you would not be upset every time they remind you of what you excluded. No worries. As your experience of the present is shaped by the past, the inclusion of a present experience undoes the past as well, and therefore also the definition of you, so next time somebody remind you of the past, there is nobody to be upset about that.

In case you prefer going straight to a perfect moment without having to deal with contrasts or inner and outer senses, you include what you experience to be in this very moment completely unedited. This is not similar to the concept of living in the now, as that is an edited version of a moment, where specific thoughts and feelings are excluded, for example those of the past and the future.

Any moment is a construction of thoughts founded on the past – also living in the now, as there would be no such concept without the past. But when thoughts are included, they become non definable, and so there is neither past, future or now, but a state of not-knowing, which is a perfect moment. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The way to a perfect moment is simply to include all thoughts and feelings, whether they appear to be positive or negative, are associated with the past or whatnot.

No need to wonder if hidden feelings from the past has been left out, when you include what you appear to be in the present moment, because that is the sum of the past. You do not even have to worry, if everything in the present moment is fully included, as willingness to so is all that is required.****

Anyway, all thoughts and feelings are related to the past in the sense that your experience of the present is based on your past interpretations of them. Simply put, your present state of mind is the sum of the past, or rather one side of it, so by completely including that, there is not something to contrast it, and consequently nothing to define you. Hence you are in a state of not-knowing, which is a perfect moment.

A perfect moment is a disappointment in the sense, that it is not an experience of perfection in the world of the outer senses but the usual affair of imperfection. In the world of the inner senses though it is perfect, because in spite of still appearing to be someone definitive experiencing the world of the outer senses, the inner senses do not identify with this experience, so nothing is perceived to be wrong or missing.

This does not mean that you do not appear to be someone in a world defined by time and space anymore, but that nobody is worried about the appearance of it. Hence thoughts and feelings are not considered to be tools for manifesting you as someone special but simply for navigating in a world defined by time and space. Pain, for example, is used to stop the body from walking on a broken leg and fear from walking out in front of a car.

You are not turned into a strong and powerful being by a perfect moment. More likely you are gonna be like the grass, that everybody steps on. But unlike a proud and powerful tree that breaks when faced with a heavy storm, you bend and rise again when the storm has gone.

Yet pain does not cause someone to suffer, neither does fear cause anyone to be frightening when there is no identification with what you appear to be. For the same reason, thoughts are not experienced to result in anything specific.

Meditation is not needed to stop thoughts, when nobody is having them.

In other words, thoughts and feelings do not appear to have any effect on you or the world perceived to be outside of you, nor do they appear to have been caused by you or anything else, when they are not excluded but included, as that render them non-definable. This is why, the thought construction you believed to be has fallen apart, and a perfect moment is a state of not-knowing.

Although a perfect moment does not seem to last, every moment is a perfect moment – just like the sun keeps also shines, when it is covered by clouds.

As a perfect moment is a state of not-knowing, it must end if you want to experience the apparent excitement of a world defined by time and space. This state of not-knowing, will not last very long though if the excitement of being someone definitive in a world defined by time and space seems more attractive than the emptiness of not-knowing. If so you probably twist it into an experience of something definable, for example joy or love, so that you again are someone definitive experiencing something specific in a world defined by time and space. Should this be your choice, stand by it, because by doing so, you are able to undo it.

Trying to understand inclusiveness and categorise when, why or how long you are in a perfect moment before you either pick up the experience of time and space again or completely leave it behind, you complicate things. To be inclusive is simply to not be exclusive, and as that results in a state of not-knowing, you will not get there through understanding.

Neither will a perfect moment last if you are not attracted to the apparent excitement of a world defined by time and space, because if the experience of it is not picked up relatively quickly******, there is not something to cover that which cannot be experienced, namely the formlessness of that which is one, and as it takes more than one to be in any kind of state, a perfect moment is over.

Since life is that which is one and it requires more than one to be seen, life is not visible. So the more you are not seen, the more you are alive. As the world is in the eye of the beholder, you are not seen, when you do not perceive the apparent differences of the world to make a difference.

Simply put, as long as you appear to be in a world defined by time and space, a perfect moment is on and off. And it is more off than on because if the experience of time and space is not regularly repeated, there does not seem to be something substantial to disguise, that all there is and ever was is the formlessness of that which is one since formlessness has no beginning or end. But just a split second of a perfect moment makes the time off from it much lighter.

Nothing needs to be avoided or made better in order to enter a perfect moment. Actually, it is the inclusion of hatred and other feelings, that are avoided by hiding it in your body or projecting it onto others, that makes a moment perfect. In other words, love or a special understanding is not a requirement, but willingness to include the moment as it is more than enough.**** Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Alexius is diagnosed with IBS, so in order not to upset the body, specific foods must be excluded from his diet. Nothing though needs to be excluded from his body or the mind in order to enter a perfect moment, so whether the body is upset or the mind is pure makes no difference, as long as what he appears to be is completely included.

Should he try to edit this appearance in favour of a better one, a perfect moment is not fenced off, if he is willing to also include the attempt to control his image.****

Since there is no more than the formlessness of oneness, a world defined by time and space is an illusion – inclusive the article you just have read. If, however, it has facilitated you seeing that you are in a perfect moment which is no different from the first moment of believing to be outside of that which is one.

If you remain there, this moment will also be your last as someone appearing to be outside of that which is one, because the belief that there is more than that which is one is undone by a perfect moment.

APPENDIX ABOUT ALEXIUS :
As you probably have read in the above article, Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings seems to come from an astral source Alexius calls Gudruång.******* They are received as unspeakable frequencies, so in order to pick the appropriate words for translating them into the language of a world defined by time and space, he must have had experiences in such a world, that relates to the messages of them. See also Metaphysical Intro of the Enlightened Non-Teacher.

This does not apply to the enlightenment of that which is one, as that cannot be experienced. His writings about that is rather based on vague memories of when he has stepped aside, so all thoughts making up what he appears to be in a world defined by time and space is extracted by a light so bright that there is not something left to gracefully fall through a black hole into the formlessness of that which is one. You can read more about that in hack #4.

According to science the world consists of 99.9999999 percent empty space. The rest, despite it is also empty space and just like a dream consists of nothing substantial, is perceived to be elements of matter making up what we believe to be and see. In other words, the experience of a material world and us as tangible beings in it is make-believe.

In a world defined by time and space, we all are conditioned to confirm its appearances to be substantial and not just empty space. Hence he constantly has to bypass this conditioning, when writing Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings in the same way as he has to bypass the spell checker in a Spanish text editor if he wants to write something in English to prevent the spellchecker from converting English words into Spanish ones, which may have very little to do with what he is trying to express in English.

In each our own way we hope it is possible to live in a world of like-minded people with whom we can share everything. And though it never works out like that, we are conditioned to keep hoping. Nobody is allowed to truth, namely that loving each other in a merry-go-round world is an illusion. The reason this and other articles have been upgraded – or are in the process of it – could be that in the beginning of translating the frequencies from Gudruång into Enlightened Non-Teachings, Alexius sometimes used words in such a way, that they rather confirmed the belief in a world defined by time and space than facilitated the undoing of it.

Part of this could be that he unconsciously tried to incorporate some of his own ideas from the past. Yet it was probably mostly because often he could not find the appropriate words for translating the frequencies. He had no idea of the scope of them, least of all that they would evolve into actually hacks to undo the belief in duality. See Duality Hacks and the others in Extra Duality Hacks and More Duality Hacks.

He just had the vague memories of the enlightenment of that which is one to count on, and as that is totally wordless, there was no words to be found there. It was also not before in the process of writing Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings that he realised, he had to clearly distinguish between the enlightenment of that which is one and glimpses of it. 

To make long short, though he did not have enough words to choose from, when he started translating the frequencies from Gudruång into Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, the words revealed themselves in the process of translating the frequencies.

The above article was originally a note in the previous one If included, irritation undoes the belief in duality, but when Alexius revised that article the note just grew longer and longer and ended up as a long article. Congratulations if you have made it this far.

The inclusion of a feeling does not mean, that you will never experience this vibration again. Yet you will never experience it as a specific feeling, that has the ability to upset you.

To make long short, the revision of this article took a long time. Several side notes turned into new articles, and in order to write about the inclusion of feelings, Alexius had to spend quite some time going through the horror of recognising forgotten ones in himself.

So you can rest assured that if heavy memories are triggered in your process of inclusiveness, he has been there too. This, of course, also applies, if you enter a perfect moment. Actually, in the process of writing this article, he was constantly going in and out of perfect moments in order to find words for being in a state of not-knowing and leaving it in favour for the apparent excitement of a world defined by time and space or the peace from the formlessness of that which is one.

In a perfect moment, nothing appears to be wrong or missing, because nobody is using labels of time and space to separate us. It is nothing but robots trying to fool you into believing, that you are not a robot

On the internet, nobody knows if you are a dog or exists at all. The graphic is a Peter Steiner’s cartoon, which originally was published in The New Yorker.

You can compare a world where there seems to be more than one to an online world with nothing but robots. It might sound potentially interesting to communicate with them and hear about their experiences of the world. The problem though is, that not only do they try to persuade you into believing that their world is real, but also that they are not robots.

But as there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless, there is neither an online or physical world. Thus you have been fooled by non-existent creatures if you experience to be in any kind of world, whether it appears to be physical, spiritual and whatnot. It takes two, however, to be fooled, so you can only be fooled because you want to believe, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

Inclusion excludes separation
The moment, you do not want to be and have more than that which is one, there is no need to believe, the apparent differences in the world where you appear to be someone definitive make a difference. As that means you cannot be defined as someone at all, there does not appear to be something hiding the formlessness of oneness.

The way to not want to be and have more than that which is not one is not to stop the desire for more, as that would imply it is possible to be and have more than that which is not one. Instead, you fully include the desire to be and have more, and as a desire – just like everything else experienced – needs a contrast to be felt as something specific, including it will also include its contrast, namely the disgust of being and having more than that which is one.

Inclusion excludes separation and without separation, there is no more than that which is one.

Hence you neither avoid or go for being and having more than that which is one. Not because you have seen it is futile, but because the inclusion of a contrast cancels it out*, so the idea that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one is undone.

You are defined as someone definitive by what you exclude. In other words, if not excluding you are nothing, and so there is not something to hide there is no more than the formlessness of oneness. The animation is grabbed from the web.

APPENDIX:
To include contrasting feelings is not the same as containing them. Inclusion undoes separation and without it, you are not someone definitive. Consequently, there is nobody to contain something.

Besides, there is not something to contain, when two sides of a contrast are included, because then they do not appear to be separated anymore. Thus they cannot be experienced as something specific.

The first rule of surviving as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one is to exclude something. That is what turns you into someone definitive. Inclusion, on the other hand, does not turn you into anything at all.

Someone definitive is needed to include something – but nobody is needed to not perceive something.

To follow an idea is to separate, as it takes more than one to follow something. Therefore all ideas – whether so-called spiritual or mundane – must be ignored, if you want to have the belief in separation undone. Yet this is also an idea, and so are any one of the duality hacks except for the enlightenment of that which is one.

The duality hacks, however, are not based on the idea of exclusion but inclusion. Hence they do not enhance the belief in separation. They undo it, and without it, you do not appear to be someone definitive hiding there is no more than the formlessness of oneness.

PMT Harmony hides that which is one

PART 1: To be balanced and in harmony seems to be the goal for many seekers in a world where there seems to be more than one. But as nothing in such a world can be experienced as something specific without a specific contrast, you cannot experience to be harmonious without its contrast.

So when you want more harmony – which you eventually will crave, as being and/or having more is the reason for believing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one – you must also experience more of its contrast.

In other words, to experience more harmony in yourself and/or the world, you must also experience more violent feelings. Hence you seem to be torn apart by a fight between good and evil again. That is until you do not favour one contrast over the other but include them precisely as they occur to be.

When furious feelings are expressed they often comes out in sentences like »You are this and you are that …«. If it is changed into »I am this and that …«, it may be easier to include those feelings, so the belief that you are someone in a world, where there is more than one can be undone.

This is not meant to say, that you must stop blaming others. On the contrary. Blaming others is the easiest way of exposing, what you have excluded, so that it can be included instead. See for example the article The YOU finger and the three ME fingers.

When included they the two sides of the contrast are not separated,  and as that momentarily rubs off on other contrast, there is no separation to uphold the belief in being someone definitive. Hence this belief does not hide, there is no more than that which is one.

The experience of something cannot survive inclusion
Harmony and balance are not the only attributes the special self* insist that comes from being in control. It also claims that it results in more love, wealth, freedom, power and consciousness, for example. It strongly believes that being in control is preferable to be at service as the latter makes it impossible to make a difference and thus to perceive itself as special.

Much energy is required to uphold the perception of being special and thus getting more. That is why more energy and/or power is the best-selling point for capitalistic companies and most so-called spiritual movements, as their apparent existence is based on enhancing the belief that we are unique beings that should not settle for something basic but something special.

It may seem, as if there is a force outside of us, that cannot be controlled. But that is only because we want to believe it is not part of ourselves and we, therefore, can perceive ourselves as a victim of the world. The special self* thrives from this separation of the perceived and the one perceiving it, so if included, it has nothing to live from.

Not perceiving to be special, it is basic, which is such a relief because it requires much work to uphold a perception of being special.

You cannot experience the bliss that comes from not perceiving differences to make a difference, if you suppress the feelings upsetting you, as doing so they are established as different. In other words, you cannot recognise, that differences make no difference, if you do not start off by experiencing hate as well as love, bad as well as good and so on.

The special self,* however, does not want to realise this because it will rather make a difference that being nobody in the bliss of nothing. Read more about the nothingness of bliss in hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is pure bliss and hack #5.3 ´The empty breath´ and the bliss of not believing to be someone.

When you your perception of higher is included equally with your perception of low, the moment is perfect. This does not mean that you must value high and low in the same way, but simply that both values are included.

PART 2:
Without the belief in contrasts, it is not possible to have an experience as if there is more than that which is one. In other words, a world, where there seems to be more than one is fabricated through contrasts – and so what has no contrast, namely that which is one, appears to be hidden by it.

When a contrast is included, its opposing sides cancel out each other. Hence you cannot help but smile, because there is nothing but empty space.

In such a world any thought or feeling needs to be contrasted in order to be experienced as if it is something specific and not just empty space. Hence there is no love to experience if you totally deny its contrast hate – neither can you experience beauty if you completely exclude what you judge as ugly.

If you are experiencing more and more love, but are denying its contrast hate, part of love will turn into hate, so that it can contrast how much love you specifically are getting. But If you also deny this hate, more love will turn into hate and in the end, there will be no more love to experience. That is until you do not deny hate. The same applies to any contrast of the world and it applies to both sides of them.

The body is full of suppressed thoughts and feelings, as that is where you try to hide what you judge to be the bad part of a contrast. It may be experienced as headache, bloated stomach and whatnot, but since this is symptoms of exclusion, they are not healed before you include the excluded. See hack #4.3 To be a basic self is to be good enough.

As the oneness of life is inclusive and you being exclusive in order to be defined as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, what you believe to be is lifeless.

Actually, it is nothing but empty space. And that is what is seen – or rather not seen, as it is only in a world where there seems to be more than one there appears to be something to see – when you do not perceive the apparent difference of the opposing sides in all the contrasts, that make up a world where there seems to be more than one, to make a difference.

Without differences, there is not something to take up a space of its own and there is no space in between anything. Hence there is nothing but the empty space in which the contrasts were imagined to be, and so there is not something to hide the formlessness of oneness.

APPENDIX:
To fully include a feeling of the moment is in no way about going deeper, being more truthful or more about anything else. It is just about including the feeling, as it is.

Inclusion – contrary to exclusion – makes a moment perfect.

Going deeper and being purer, for example, are ideas of the special self,* that is used to make sure it is wrapped up in the perception that difference makes a difference. Thus it cannot see nothing is wrong, and nothing is missing. Every moment is the perfect moment.

In a perfect moment you do not need more, nor less, so you do not need to be in control to make it better. Yet the idea of improving yourself and/or the world will most likely pop up again. No worries. It will not stress you if it is included.

To avoid being nothing, something must be excluded. But whether you appear to be nothing or something, you are non-existent, as there is no more than which is one is one and as it takes more than one to exist. So not excluding something, you are not nothing but everything, because that which is one is formless and therefore endless.

If you are afraid a perfect moment is not strong enough to dismiss the perception of being special, all you need to do about it is to not do anything but include the fear of that as well. Fear only appears to be there, when something is excluded, so by including everything as it is you are untouchable.**

**) Being untouchable in a perfect moment has nothing to do with the condition of the body or the world. The body may partly or entirely break down, but even though this is experienced as painful, it will not make you suffer, because you are untouchable.

Accept darkness instead of fighting it, and it will enhance the light of the moment.

The sum of any contrast is a perfect moment, so instead of denying or fighting darkness go for it, as this will bring out its contrast, light, as well. Not in the way, though, that they will merge into dawn, but that they will cancel out each other so that there is nothing to experience. The two cats – Wincent and Guinevere – that Alexius is sharing a home with have a big territorial instinct, so when a new cat curiously showed up in their home, they got very upset – especially Guinevere. She freaked out and furiously ran away. When she later returned, she did not notice that the stranger was still were chilling out on the sofa, so she laid down on the floor without a worry – until she suddenly looked up and saw him. Then hell was loose.

By thinking the world is the cause of your state of mind, it is justified by the world and thus excluded from what it believed to be you. In this way separation is made real, because projecting the cause of your state of mind onto powers, that appears to be outside of you, there seems to be more than one.

Once again, she furiously left us, and even though the visitor had left when she returned, she was still very upset. To prove that her feelings of unjust were justified, she searched for spots of leftover scent from the visitor. Every time she found one, she freaked out so Wincent and Alexius could see how much the stranger had hurt her feelings.

Ultimately speaking it is not possible to be troubled by something, as there is no more than that which is one and it requires more than one to be troubled by something. But if you believe to be someone in a world, where there seems to be more than one, there will always be somebody or something that seems to cause trouble.

In other words, you will not be trouble-free before the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one is undone.

The anger, Guinevere was holding onto, was supposed to exclude the unfamiliar cat from her world and to make him suffer for what she imagined he had done to her. But as the new cat mostly had spent his time in her world by sleeping on the sofa, he had no idea, that she was angry and he was supposed to suffer from it. Actually, he happily returned the next day to take another nap on the sofa. Nonetheless, there was another one who felt punished by her anger, namely herself. It was eating her up from inside.

This is not a story about anger but the purpose of holding onto it
The above cat story is not meant to be a story about anger, but the purpose of justifying feelings, which is to manifest the belief that there is more than that which is one.

A feeling in itself cannot confirm this belief. But when it is justified by something judged to be outside of you, you become a victim of forces in a world where there seems to be more than one. Thus the justification of a feeling confirms the belief that you are someone in such a world. At least that is what you want to believe, even though the prize of this belief is to be in pain.

As it takes more than one to feel something, and as there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless, any kind of feeling always ends up being experienced as painful. In this way you are reminded, it is not possible to be or have more than that which is one.

In the case of Guinevere, her anger justified by the stranger makes her seem superior to him, though she actually has turned herself into a victim of him. This makes them both appear to be somebody special, and as Guinevere want to be especially good compared to the stranger that she judges to be evil, more anger is justified with him with. And since the result is the same as before, there is more anger that needs to be justified with the evil one – and so it goes on and on.

Feeling angry or happy results in the same, if those feelings are justified by something, namely the enhancement of being separated from a world that appears to be outside of you.

A victim of justification
Even though what we did judge to be a problem is out-of-the-way, we often choose to hold onto it in order to justify any anger popping up. Besides we also want to punish those we blame for it – perhaps our parents – by putting up a sad face so that they will feel guilty about how much they have hurt us.

Feeling angry is an imagination, as reality is that which is one and it takes more than one to feel something.

If it is only when anger is attributed with a cause, that it appears as if somebody or something has upset you. But if it is not attributed with a cause, nothing has upset you. The way to attribute anger with a cause is to justify it, so if you do not do that, the story is over, and anger does not seem dangerous, because it is not triggering a story of pain.

In the context of the story of Guinevere this means, that if she does not exclude anger from herself by justifying it as if it is caused by the visiting cat but include it as hers, she has no need to get upset about a visitor in her home and make up a story that implies he must be punished for disturbing her peace of mind. Neither does she need to make up a story about forgiveness because there is nothing to forgive.

In the context of the story of Guinevere this means, that if she does not exclude her present anger from herself by justifying it as caused by the last visit of a foreign cat but include it as hers, she has no need to find things that reminds her of the stranger in her home and make up a story that implies he must be punished for disturbing her peace of mind. Neither does she need to make up a story about forgiveness because there is nothing to forgive.

If a feeling of rejection is not justified by what somebody else appear to have done or not done, the feeling is not excluded but included and as that means it does not represent separation, there is no rejection.

There is no darkness without light and vice versa
Even though the everyday view from the balcony of Alexius in the above image is very pleasurable to the eye, he sometimes succeeds in finding things there that seems to justify a discomforting feeling. Just like Guinevere, who was looking for hidden things home to evoke the story she made up of her encounter with the visiting cat so that her justification of the anger he seemed to trigger from her past could be excluded from her.

To include a feeling as it is, you just let it be without justifying it. To let it be requires, that you consider yourself to be someone definitive, as otherwise there would not be someone to let it be. But by letting it be you lose control and without it you cannot align your appearance into someone definitive. Hence you are nobody.

In this way somebody, who appears to make you angry, becomes somebody who helps you becoming nobody – and it takes nobody to have a perfect moment, since it is a state of not-knowing.

Guinevere, who came to Alexius when she was around five months old, had been left behind twice by other people, so when events in the present trigger her old feelings of insecurity, she freaks out. Alexius grew up in a home, that felt like a war zone to him, so he tends to justify his anger as a necessity to protect him from a devastating power interpreted to come from outside of him. 

Such anger from the past does not have to be an ongoing problem though, because when not excluded by blaming somebody else for having caused it, but instead included exactly as it is experienced, it will not only reveal its other side, which is pleasure, but also that the sum of the opposites in a contrast is a perfect moment.

In a perfect moment, anger is not a disturbing feeling, pushed away into the dark. Instead, it is taken into the light, so the hidden memories of the past, that seemed to have caused it, is no more. Not by going back into the past to fix it, neither by denying it, but by including the pain and anger of the past as it is experienced in the present.

Feelings need the belief in a world, where there seems to be more than one, because it takes more than one to feel something – and such a world needs feelings in order to be experienced as if it is real and not just make-believe.

Inclusion frees you from your own story of a world made up of past memories, and as it is those memories you use to keep your belief in separation alive, the concepts used to condition you into assuming that you are an autonomous creature quietly falls apart. This does not mean that you will get rid of your conditioning. If you try that, they will just be replaced by others. But it means you will not consider them to be real – just like even though you play along with the rules of a game, you do not consider the rules of it to be real.

PMT Concentration is suppressing that which is you

PART 1:
To fence off what you do not like, you need to continually separate your view of the world into fragments of good and bad. Lots of concentration is required to maintain the appearances of the world as divided into those categories and their subcategories of being more or less good and bad.

In movies it bank robbers, killers and worried people look quite concentrated, while the happy ones seems unconcentrated.

The more you concentrate, the more you will able to control yourself and focus your energy towards doing something specific. For the bad ones, this can be very helpful for drilling a hole in a bank safe, for instance, and for the good ones it can be very helpful in preventing a bank robbery.

But it is not helpful in regards to enjoying the moment as it is. On the contrary. The more you concentrate, the less you are able to go with the flow and participate in spontaneous laughter. You are focused on attaining a specific goal in the future and cannot enjoy what is around you in the present if it does not seem to be part of the glorious story, you have made up and that you are concentrating on manifesting in the future.

To make long short, contrary to what you may have learned in the context of for example meditation, concentration is not beneficial in regards to not being blinded by the belief that there is more than the formlessness of oneness, as it appears to be hidden by what you focus on.

But when you are not concentrated on achieving something imagined in the future, you are not focussed – and being defocused the apparent differences of the world make no difference. As that means the belief in separation falls apart, there is nobody to know, what and where you are. In other words, there is not someone definitive to hide the formlessness of oneness.

Reading a book requires much focus, so often you will end up feeling quite paralysed, which is a state enhancing the belief a world defined by time and space. Television and cinemas are more beneficial in regards to undoing this belief, as they do not require the same amount of focus.

The same applies to reading on a digital media. After some hours of multitasking* on the web you may be quite spaced out, which is terrific in regards to undoing the belief in a world defined by time and space.

Multitasking* is a great help to not focus. Doing several things at the same time, there is not much time to care about specifics or the labelling of everything. This is a prerequisite for a perfect moment and/or the result of it, as it is a state of not-knowing.

Focusing leads to fixation, and so it seems you are stuck in a capsule of time and space. But if you do not focus at all, you are not fixed in time and space, and without it, you are not someone definitive. Thus there is nothing to hide the formlessness of that which is you, namely that which is one. So if you have to pick up your kids from the kindergarten, you do not defocus but include the matter at hand. In this way you are still on track in regards to undoing the belief in time and space, because it is based on inclusion, so it cannot survive being included. The image is grabbed from the web.

When nothing is wrong or missing, you are not of the world, though you appear to be there
The only order is oneness, but this you cannot find in a world where there seems to be more than one, because it is based on the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

Relating to a world where there seems to be more than one implies that you believe it is real. This belief requires constant focus to maintain the apparent difference between you and others, good and bad and so on.

But defocusing neutralises all differences. If you continue to look at something without focusing on it, not only will it disappear but the whole the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one and you as someone registering it. In linear time this requires about half an hour of constant defocus, but if you think you have unfinished business in the world, you will not be able to not focus on fixing this.

The concentration needed to focus on something and thereby exclude what is not focussed on tightens up the body, so that it feels more real. In other words, the more you include, the less there is to focus on, the less the body feels real and the more obvious it is that it is an illusion, since life includes everything as it is formless and therefore everything.

If so, you may be better off by focusing on your problems – not to exclude them though but to include them. When included they cannot be focussed on, so the more you include, the less a world where there seems to be more than one can be experienced as real. Yet you at the same time can have the excitement of appearing to be there.

That which is one has no centre, since it requires more than one to have one.

PART 2:
If you do not want the belief in a world defined by time and space to hide the formlessness of oneness, it is not desirable to be centred, as that requires much control in order to continuously exclude what is not judged to be centred. And as to exclude is to separate, the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one is enhanced instead of undone.

Trying to be centred is often a way to fence off what you judge to be wrong in the world, so that it seems as it is a good and not a bad experience to appear there. But to experience goodness only is to separate, so it will not feel good. Unfortunately most try to solve this by becoming more centred in order to fence off more bad experiences.

That being said, if you have worked hard to separate specific parts of the world from the image you have made of yourself so that it appears to be a story of a good person in a bad world, you do not need to undo that. It happens all by itself if the need to separate is included.

Everything in a world defined by time and space needs contrast so it can be to be experienced as something definable. Thus you can only experience to be separated if you also – consciously or not – experience to be connected. And as the sum of the two opposite sides in a contrast always is a perfect moment, that is what you have if you do not keep the two sides apart. A perfect moment though is not a sensation like for example falling in love but rather the relief of being in a state of not-knowing. This is not limited to the period called now.

If you have an expectation to a perfect moment, it will not be perfect until the expectation and its opposite – desperation – is included exactly as they appear to you. And as said in the previous articles, inclusion is to not exclude, so when desperation is not excluded in an attempt to enjoy the thrill of expectation, it is included.

PART 3:
Grievances keep you focused, and you need to stay focused in order to constantly be able to control thoughts so they can be used to keep together the imagination of a world defined by time and space.

Believing to see something is an illusion, as it takes more than one to see anything, and there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless.

Thoughts have no power
This is not to say that it is thoughts that make such a world appear to be real. If you, within the context of this world, is sitting in your bathtub and start to imagine a world in the steam from the hot water, it is not the steam, that makes the world. It has no such power. There only appear to be a hidden world in the steam, because you like to imagine it. Thoughts can be compared to the steam.

Even though the steam in your bathtub may seem to hide the bathroom, nothing in the bathroom is changed by the steam. Likewise, even though your belief in the thought construction of a world, where there seem to be more than one, appears to hide that which is one, nothing has changed. There is no more than that which is one.

In the context of the world, steam is not really something, so it only appears to be there for a short while. And in the context of the formlessness of oneness thoughts are gone the same moment they appear to be there.

As a story has a beginning and an end, so has the story of a world defined by time and space, and as oneness has no end, since it is formless and therefore endless, a world defined by time and space is not part of it.

That is unless you want to believe it is possible to be and have more than that which is one and therefore hang onto them in order to fabricate a story of a world defined by time and space outside the formlessness of oneness. There is, however, nothing outside of it, since formlessness is endless. Hence the story of a world where there seems to be more than one is fabricated by empty space.

If you want, that which is real, namely the formlessness of oneness, forget about focusing on forms like for example in this image. Focusing will only enhance the appearance of form and therefore the belief, that separation is possible. Defocusing on the other hand will blur out everything until there are no forms to hide the formlessness of oneness.

There is nothing in a world defined by time and space, so if you believe to be there, you cannot leave it, but the belief that you are there can be undone – and as focusing is what keeps the belief together defocusing will undo it.

Contrasting defocus with focus
It is through defocusing the words in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are exposed. So if you do not try to understand them, they will hack your focus, so you do not see anything specific. Be aware though, that it may seem to take time if you are attached to the perception of linear time, because like everything else in a world defined by time and space is based on contrasts – in this case, the contrast of past and future.

Not knowing what he writes is how Alexius types down his enlightened non-teachings.

So while in the process of undoing the belief in a world defined by time and space, you must operate within contrasts, which in regards to defocusing you do by alternating it with focusing. Just like Alexius is defocusing in order to write these non-teachings and focusing when proofreading and publishing them.

Or you are non-focused when reading the non-teachings, and focused when implementing them in a world defined by time and space. To read in a defocused way, however, is not to read between the lines. There is nothing in between the lines, so if you seem to experience something there, you have focused a lot to imagine this. So to read in a defocused way is rather to not know what you are reading.

Have your cake and eat it too
A terrific way to contrast focus with defocussing is to see everything in a world defined by time and space as symbols of that which makes it possible to focus on something specific, namely the formlessness of oneness.** Perceiving the world like that everything definable is a symbol of that which cannot be defined. Thus the apparent differences of the world do not make a difference, which means you are defocusing.

In this way, you can have your cake and eat it too. You get the excitement of appearing to be and/or have more than that which is one, while the belief that this is possible is being undone.

If you experience a flow of beauty, love, sex or colors in this pic totally depends on the perception you have fabricated of yourself as a person. But no matter what you perceive, if you include it all, the moment of watching this pic is perfect – nothing is wrong or missing. Consequently you need no more and therefore are ready for that which is one.

PART 1:
Exclusiveness is imperfection and inclusiveness is perfection. This does not mean that everything included is perfect. None of the parts is perfect – nothing in a world where there seems to be more than one is, but when all parts are included, it is a perfect moment.

This is not to say, you must include every small detail of a world where there seems to be more than one, but that you include everything as you perceive it. So-called negative thoughts are included as well as the so-called positive ones. Both past and future are included*. But if you out of habit exclude something, you do not have to correct that habit. You just included your habit of excluding.

To make long short: If you do not try to control and escape the moment as it is by excluding what you judge to be wrong, you have no needs, and so your life is effortless.

That you have no needs does not mean, that you may not want something, but that you are not attached to getting it but the flow of the moment, as it is without any correction.

That being said, there is no flow because there is no world. It only appears so, because you have chosen to perceive it like that. Consequently, the flow is in your perception.

That is why your perception is the moment. In other words, you are the master. It is you who decide every moment is the perfect moment.

PART 2:
Ultimately it really does not matter, if you experience to live in the now, a perfect moment, the past or whatever. You are not someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. There is no more than the formlessness of that which is one, as formlessness is endless, so a world where there seems to be more than one is not real. So what you think you do ´there´ is of no importance.

While you appear to be ´there´, however, it may matter in regards to what kind of person, you pretend to be. A charming personality makes it more tolerable to pretend to be a person ´there´, but that is all there is to it. But ultimately nothing will help you return to the formlessness of that which is you.

You have not left the formlessness of that which is you. It is not possible – but it seems possible to imagine it and pretend to be a person in a world where there are more than one. Imagining this, nobody in that world can help you return to that which is you they are only in your imagination and so are you as someone definitive ´there´. Just like within the context of such a world, the person you appear to be ´there´ is not its dreams.

The person you seem to be in a dream may be travelling around the world, but all the time you are actually the same place, namely in your bed – and the person in the dream may seem to be upset or happy, but no matter what this person is going through, the one having the dream, while laying in the bed, remains the same.

To make long short, enjoy pretending to be someone definitive in the world in the way you see fit, but do not take it seriously, and do not think there is a way out. There is no way at all because you are not ´there´.

PART 3:
It is not (good) enough,
or there must be more are the two common mantras of the seeker – and it is also the foundation the world is built on. No moment is not good enough as it is. Something has to be done about it to make it better. Love, for example, has to be more unconditional, pure or whatnot.

A perfect moment has no limitations contrary to the popular idea of living in the now, which is something you forever can try to achieve but never obtain, as it is based on having to keep on excluding the past and the future.

A perfect moment can last a split second, while you are saying »Fuck you« – or it can last up to 45 minutes while you are having a daydream about tomorrow. It includes the past as well as the future. Actually, including is what it is all about – or rather not to exclude, as that means everything is included.

So if you do not exclude anything at this moment, no matter if it contains thoughts about the past and the future or if they are positive or negative, then there is nothing to define you in the present. Hence there is nobody to experience it. In other words, you are a state of not-knowing.

Meditation or others techniques supposed to make you spiritual will not get you there, because those ways are about excluding something, so a state of mind can be obtained in the future and not in this very moment. Hence they are making separation real and therefore you as someone special in a world of duality. In other words, the so-called spiritual techniques prolong the agony of being someone definitive instead of undoing the belief in being this.

The only reason you choose to block out the present by excluding part of it and space out in ideas of a better world to come is that you think, there is more than this moment. And your search will go on until you acknowledge you are mistaken.


*) If you have conditioned yourself within the concepts of living in the now, you may think a perfect moment is a point squeezed in between the past and the future. This idea of living in the now, however, is based on exclusion, whereas a perfect moment is inclusive and therefore includes both the past and the future. A perfect moment may last a split second, or as long as a kiss lasts, or a daydream lasts. There are no rules but to be inclusive. Should you forget that, you just include your forgetfulness.

There is nothing real to accomplish

There is nothing real to accomplish in a virtual world. It is all make-believe.

PART 1;
If it feels limiting to function as a person in a body, it is not because the world is limited. Actually, it is neither limited or unlimited. The world including the person you appear to be is simply not there. Nothing definable is real. It only seems so, because you believe so

That which is you is no different from life, which is the same as the formlessness of oneness. As it has no size, it is neither big or small and thus invisible in a world where only what is defined by time and space is believed to exist. And they are not wrong, because only what is definable exist. Nevertheless, nothing that exists is real, since oneness is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than that which is one and as it takes more for something to exist, existence is an illusion.

So if you believe to exist, whether as someone so-called spiritual or mundane, this belief just needs to be corrected. Just like – in the context of a world defined by time and space – if you believe to someone in the world of a movie you are, there is nothing you need to escape this world. As you are not there, it is only the belief that you are there, which needs to be undone.

Thus nothing needs to be avoided or achieved, that while you seem to be someone in a world defined by time and space. You just follow its concepts, just like within the concept of this world you do when playing a game like for example Monopoly. No need to change anything. It is all equally unreal and can only be changed or transformed into something else unreal.

Yet you only follow the concepts of a world defined by time and space in order to navigate there, and not to prove it is real. If the latter is the case, time and space feel limiting and you start searching for something larger – like nirvana, heaven and other dreamy states.

There is nothing real to be found in the world of Monopoly. It is all make-believe. The same applies to everything experienced to be in a world defined by time and space. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

There is no more to be found
When you play Monopoly there is no more to find there, than what you see on the cardboard. Even if you think you have found a hidden gem in the cardboard, it is as virtual as the rest. The same applies to the world where you believe to be someone definitive. There is nothing real to be found there, no matter how much you search. Neither is it necessary, because just like what you believe to be physically speaking is not in the world of Monopoly, neither is the formlessness of that which is you in a world defined by time and space.

As it takes more than one to transform something real, nothing real can ne transformed as reality is that which is one. So if you believe to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, there is nothing to transform.

There are no higher frequencies to integrate into the body, that will transform you into something that is more real, as it is fashionable to believe nowadays. Just like everything that appears in a movie is virtual no matter colour, speed and you wearing 3D glasses, everything that appears to be the world where you believe to be is worldly – and as the world is no more real than a movie, there is nothing to transform or to perfect – except to become a perfect idiot believing there is something to learn.

What you pretend to be, you are not
The conclusion of the above is not that you should hurry up and get out of a world encapsulated by time and space. Why should you? Time is an illusion and nothing definable is real, so the formlessness of that which is you is not there.

You may act like you are a woman in a world defined by time and space, but it is just something you imagine to be, because that which is you is not something definitive but the formlessness of oneness, and as formlessness is endless there is no world defined by time and space. In a world that is not real, the avoidance of something is just another illusion.

In other words, there is no need to refrain from becoming and having more, while you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. Whatever you appear to be can be used to undo the belief in being someone definitive, if it is perceived as something you pretend to be, since what you pretend to be you are not.*

In a world defined by time and space it is all about appearance. A designer would for example never make a square photo with sides that are of equal length, because that does not appear to be square to the human eye. If you want to make it a photo appear to be square, you must make the height of it just a little longer than the width.

The parts of the body – including chakras and whatnot – are instruments for implementing your personality in a world of your choice. The personality – including soul or whatever you imagine having – is a made-up image, you use to differentiate your appearance from other appearances in the world where you seem to be. But as such a world is make-believe, so is your appearance there. In other words, that which is you is not really there. It is just something you pretend.

Reality is that which is one, so there is nothing real to accomplish, as it takes more than one to accomplish something.

Whatever you pretend to be in a world believed to be defined by time and space will have an end, as nothing definable lasts. When and how it ends does not matter though, as that which pretend to appear in make-believe world is formless and therefore endless.

Reality cannot be seen, as it takes more than one to see something – and reality is that which is one. In other words, everything seen is an illusion. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 2:
In reality, you cannot gain or lose weight or lose. You cannot make more or less of anything, as reality is non-dimensional.

What is real, namely that which is one, has no outside, since there is nothing that is not real. Consequently it is not possible to leave it. Yet it is possible to fantasize about a world, where there seems to be more than one.

What is non-dimensional cannot be defined, because without dimensions there is no differentiation possible. Besides reality is that which is one, and as it takes more than one to define something, there is nothing definable. Yet is possible to believe, that there is a world to be defined by time and space.

To know or to be conscious of something is to not be real
Everybody in a world, where there seems to be more than one, wants to hide the unreality of such a world and that its main purpose is to hide that which is real, so that you can appear to be and have more than that which is one. This nobody wants to be aware of, as that would be the end of the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

In other words, the undoing of the belief that it is possible to be and have more that which is one is the end of what you appear to be, because in reality is formless, so it is not possible to appear as neither someone spiritual or mundane.

What is unreal is unexplainable and so is what is real, because it takes more than one to explain something, and there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless.

It is not possible for someone definable to see the indefinable reality of that which is one. It cannot be seen, as it takes more than one to see something. The same applies to know and being aware or conscious of something.

Consequently, reality does not know about a world where there seems to be more than one. It does not even know how peaceful oneness is or that there is no more than that which is one. But appearing to be in a world, where there seems to be more than one, you can know, it is not peaceful appearing to be and have more that which is one.

The world can be compared to a dream, where things seems to happen without a cause. That is until you analyze it in order to find a meaning. But if you do not believe this analyze, nothing in the dream had a cause, and as there is no effect without a cause and vice versa, nothing in the dream exist. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

In a world defined by time and space things happens without no cause – just like in a dream That is until you analyse the dream and believe the results reveals order, meaning and coherence. If you do not believe the results of the analysis, however, nothing in the dream have a cause, and as there is no effect without a cause, the dream just like a world defined by time and space is an illusion. PART 3:
A world defined by time and space is all about getting more space and more time. But in the formlessness of oneness, you cannot get more of anything, because formlessness is endless, so there is no more than that which is one. Hence getting more in a world defined by time and space is an illusion.

It takes more than one to define something, and as reality is that which is one, to define something is only possible if you imagine to be in a world where there seems to be more than one.

But when you share the belief of being someone there with others, it seems to be real and to make the formlessness of that which is one unreal. For this to work size is a very important concept. The bigger something seems to be and the more of it there appears to be, the more you can forget that there is no more than formlessness of that which is one.

You do not have to undo the world defined by time and space to experience the formlessness of oneness. First of all, it does not exist, since formlessness is endless. Hence all there is to undo is the belief that you are someone living in a capsule of time and space. Secondly, it is not possible to experience something, since oneness is endless and it takes more than one to experience something.

There is no room for anything definable – including angels and whatnot – in the formlessness of that which is one. This does not mean that there is nothing there. On the contrary. Since formlessness is endless it is everything. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

And the more you are able to slow your perception of yourself as someone definitive via meditation or other relaxation techniques, the more the formlessness of oneness is fenced off, as contrary to the common belief oneness is not stillness but incredible speed. Everything moves so fast, that there is no time but one perpetual present. And as no differentiation is possible due the speed there is no room for someone definitive to experience it.

You cannot stop a world defined by time and space, as it takes more than one to do anything and reality is that which is one. So whatever you do to stop it will enhance the experience of it.

A world defined by time and space cannot hide the formlessness of that which is one, since there is nothing outside of it as formlessness is endless. So if that which is one seems to be hidden, it is because you believe there is more oneness.

Fortunately doing is not the root of the problem, but the belief that anything at all has an effect. If that belief is undone, there is no effect and hence no cause. Thus no world defined by time and space but the formlessness of oneness, which causes nothing, as it takes more than one to caused an effect – and for the same reason is caused by nothing.

When you know there is nothing to hope for, there is nothing to hide that which is one

PART 1:
The way a computer is organised like a desktop with folders and subfolders gives the impression that there are things of different size and importance to find on different levels. This is not because it actually is so. On the contrary. There is no organisation at all. It is all stored chaotically and non-dimensionally on a flat hard disk. Yet it is made to appear on the screen as if everything is organised in time and space because that is the way a person expects life to be.

The world, that we appear be in, can be compared to a computer. What we seem to see in the world is an illusion layered on top of reality, that has nothing to do with the way the world is perceived.

There is no universe in the way a person perceives it. What is there can be compared to flat data from a flat hard disk, that is programmed to look like a 3D world on the screen, when you wear special glasses to help the brain fooling you into believing, you see such a world.  In other words, the reality of life is not dimensional but flat. Dimensions are make-believe.

What you seem to see in the world appears to have different sizes and to last for a certain time, as if it exist in a world made by time and space. But in reality there is no time and space. There is no more than that which is one, which has no size and cannot be seen, as that would require more than one.

Life is real, and what is real cannot be seen in a make-believe world. Just like when you are engaged in a virtual world on a computer, you cannot see what it is covering. And you may not even want to see what it is covering, because that will ´destroy´ the illusion of the world, where you appear to be someone special.

It is you as the observer, who is moving to create the illusion of time and space. In reality nothing moves, because reality is that which is one. Your first move is to depart from the reality and imagine there is more than that which is one, namely an observer and the observed.

The next move is to forget, you are split in two and only identify with the observer, who keeps moving around the observed as if it is outside the observer and appears to move in time in a dimensional way.

You cannot know what is real, as long as you hope for something, because the reality is not something
To not cover up the reality of life, you have to give up the excitement of a make-believe world, that only seems to be there, because you have distanced yourself from reality, so that what you by appearing to observe from different angles can divide it into fragments that is used to fabricate a layer on top of reality where there seems to be more than one.

In oneness there is no universe. There is nothing but that which is one. That is why there is nothing but peace.

To appear separated from the reality of that which is one is fearful. That is why you cannot be at peace when you believe to be in a world, where there seems to be more than one. Besides peace is real and there is no room for reality in an imagined world. You are bound to get confused in such a world. You cannot know what is real and what is not, as long as you mistake the imagination for reality.

To hope for peace requires more than one, and as there is no more than that which is one, hope separates – and separation entails fear.

When you hope for nothing, there is nothing to hide that which is real
Who am I, is a question that has been asked for ages, but in a make-believe world, everything is imagined, so there is no way to know that which is you in such a world. Well, it is not possible to know at all, because that which is you t is no different from that which is one, and it takes more than one to know something. Yet, in a world, where there seems to be more than one, you can know that which is not you, namely someone specific in a make-believe world.

The belief that you are someone definitive – whether it seems to be a so-called spiritual or mundane one  – is, of course, confusing, when the reality is that there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one. So how to undo the belief in something unreal?

No matter how many folders you search on a computer to find its secret, and no matter how deep you go into subfolders, you have not gotten anywhere, because the folders are not really there. They are an illusion layered on top of the source code of the computer, that contains nothing but meaningless combinations of zeros and ones.

When you are out of hope, you know there is nothing to hope for in a world where there seems to be more than one, and so the need to believe it is possible to be someone definitive vanishes. Without this belief, there is not something to hide reality, which is the formlessness of that which is one.

Contrary to that which is one, a world, where there seems to be more than one, is structured. It is as meaningless as a the structure of a game like Monopoly, that you must follow as long as you appear to be on that cardboard. You can have much fun doing so, but if you try to go deeper into it, the fun is over, because it is just a flat cardboard, so if you experience deepness there, you are fooling yourself. Likewise there is nothing deeper in a world, where there seems to be more than one. It is nothing but empty space. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Contrary to the formlessness of that which is one, a world where there seems to be more than one is very structured. But the structure is as meaningless as the one, you must follow when you play a game like Monopoly. There is nothing else in the world of Monopoly than what you see, so if you experience something more profound, you are fooling yourself. Likewise, there is nothing else in a world where there seems to be more than one than what you see. There is neither nothing inside or because nothing that can be seen is real. There is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless, and as it takes more than one to see something, everything that can be seen is an illusion made from empty space. PART 2:
If you have been following Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, it probably comes as no surprise, that it is an illusion to be deep, and that superficiality is recommended because nothing in a world where there seems to be more than one is real. Superficiality is preferable in the sense that deepness tends to lead to a deeper belief in being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, whereas relating to whatever appears to be part of such world – including chakras and whatnot – in a superficial way make it seems less real. And the less real you perceive a world where there seems to be more than one, the less there is to hide there is no more than the formlessness of oneness.

To hope for something in a world where there seems to be more than one is to go deeper into it, and so is searching for something there or beyond it. The natural way of relating to what is not real is to not take it seriously and relate to in a superficial way.

That being said, the above statements are written by someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, so they are based on knowing the world is not real. When you know that, it is easy to see what you need to do, while you seem to be in the world because you do not need to do anything but simply follow the flow.

One way to go with the flow is to perceive everything, that seems to happen, in a way so that their apparent differences make no difference. If you, for example, choose to perceive everything as symbols of life, the whole world – including what you seem to be there – becomes symbolic. Consequently, you appear to be in the world but not of it, so when this appearance is all over the transition to reality, namely that which is life, is unproblematic.

To be angry or to be joyful is the same

PART 1:
The reason for abandoning that which is one in favour of a world where there seems to be more than one may differ from person to person. One general reason though is the craving for being and having more than that which is one. And anger that this is not possible, since formlessness is endless and therefore everything, so there is no more than that which is one.

The purpose of believing to be a separated creature in a body is that in the body you can hide what you do judge to be wrong, so an image of you being right can be fabricated.

Yet it is not possible to feel anger in oneness since that requires more than one. So anger is not something you feel but that which is you, and as there is no difference between that and the formlessness of oneness and there is nothing outside it, anger cannot be escaped.

When somebody else or your own body is blamed for the anger, so you seem to be off the hook and on a path of love. See also the article The YOU finger and the three ME fingers.

But what if there was something outside of oneness. If so there would be somewhere to escape – and so you imagine a whole world outside of that which is one where there seems to be more than one and keep imagining ´what if´. In this world you can hide the anger in the body, you seem to have, or project it onto other bodies, which is the main purposes of the appearance of them, as they not only seem to hide your anger but also that there is no more than the formlessness of that which is one.

Only in a world where there seems to be more than one is it possible to experience a contrast like that of joy and anger. This or any other feeling is, however, an illusion, as reality is that which is one and it takes more than one to feel something. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Yet none of the imagined appearances in a world where there seems to be more than one lasts, so sooner or later anger seems to be yours again. And nothing will really help you to get rid of it or any other feeling that you brought into a world where there seems to be more than one. Fortunately, you do not have to get rid of anything, if everything seen is perceived as symbols of that which makes it possible to imagine, there is anything to see at all, namely the formlessness of that which is one.

Hence the apparent difference between anger and joy does not appear to make a difference, and when everything is the same there is peace.

That everything is the same in the sense that every appearance symbolises the formlessness of that which is one, does not mean that you should not acknowledge the apparent between for example you and me, but that you do not interpret it to make a difference.

To perceive differences in that way is not ultimate reality though but a simulation of it. No worries. By seeing every appearance as a symbol of that which is one, you are not identified with being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, and so you are bidding welcome the formlessness of that which is one, and as that is no different from that which is you it is only a matter of time the symbols do not appear to hide that which they are symbolising.

How long this will take is not important, because time is a symbol of that which is one and like all other symbols an illusion. So even though you appear to be waiting to return that which is you, it is not so. That is where you are there. It is not possible to be anywhere else.

When nothing is excluded, there is nothing to define you, and thus nothing to hurt you. And as nothing, you are free to fall into the formlessness of that which is one. The animation is grabbed from the web.

PART 2:
Just like there are no memories of you as someone in a physical world when having dreams while being at sleep in such a world, there are no memories of you as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one when the body you identified as yours is dying.*

Yet all the thoughts and feelings, that you excluded in order for them to define you as what you were not in a world where there seems to be more than one, chaotically and speedily are rushing by. If you for example excluded negativity in order to be defined as not negative but positive in a world where there seems to be more than one, negativity will rush by mixed up with everything else excluded.

But as there is no experience of a world where there seems to be more than one, you cannot escape this in the way you used to, namely by projecting unwanted thoughts and feelings on somebody else. Neither would that be meaningful in regards to making up an identity of you as someone special, because there is not somebody else, who can define you in relation to them.

You are on your own, always was and always will be, because there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. Also when you experienced to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. That was a make-believe world maintained by the brain. In the moments of death, however, it does not have the power to maintain this illusion.

If you do not believe to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, you cannot suffer from pain, because it takes more than one to have a specific experience.

For the same reason there is nobody to share the pain of loneliness, that all those excluded thoughts and feelings rushing by seem to bring about, with – or in any way get help to surpass this apparent hell.

It feels like there is no solution. But there is, because if all thoughts and feelings are included, there is no need for a world where there seems to be more than one, so instead of feeling as if you are about to explode, you are at peace, slowly falling into the formlessness of that which is one, where there is no loneliness, as it takes more than one to be alone.

APPENDIX:
Since it takes more than one to be conscious of something, it is only in a world where there seems to be more than one this is possible, so do if you do not want the belief in such a world to hide that there is no more than that which is one, do not hang onto consciousness, when you at the moment of death seem to lose it.

And as the consciousness of such wold is limiting, it hides the formlessness of oneness, which is everything there is, since formlessness is endless. So when you on the moment of death seem to lose consciousness of such a world or anything else, do not hang onto it, because it takes more than one to be conscious, so without it, there is nothing to hide, there is no more than that which is one.

Not hanging onto the conscious of being someone at all, feels like the end of you, but it is not the end of anything else than the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

Oneness has no choices, as that requires more than one – and that is why, it is nothing but peace

The appearances in a virtual world like a video game seem more exciting than the appearances in the world – and the world of duality seems more exciting than non-duality.

To appear as a hero in a virtual world like a video game seems often more exciting than what one appears to be in the physical world – just like being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, may seem more exciting than having nothing but the peace that which is one. As oneness is formless and therefore endless, there is no more than that which is one, and as it takes more than one to experience something, any experience – falling in love, having a high consciousness or being transformed into to this and that – is an illusion.

For the same reason, there is nowhere to go. But as nothing is missing in that which is one, since it is endless and therefore everything, it is not necessary to go anywhere. That is why it is one perpetual present of peace.

In one perpetual present no one is special and no one takes up more space than another one, because there is no more than that which is one.

One perpetual present is not exciting though. There is nothing to search for, explore and be excited about because there is no future. Everything is there simultaneously in one eternal now. But most of all because it is not possible to be someone specific in one perpetual present, as that requires differentiation, so there is nobody to explore and be excited about anything, That is why it is nothing but peace.

As it requires more than one to describe something, that which is one cannot be described, so the above description should not be taken literally. Neither should it be taken as a pointer to that which is one, as it also requires more than one to point to something. In this context, the description or any other in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings rather points towards the illusion of experiencing, realising or understanding something at all, as that requires more than one.

A world where there seems to be more than one can within the framework of such a world be compared to a video game, that you play when you want something more exciting than reality. And as long as you find excitement in exploring the deeper levels of the virtual world of such a game, you will keep playing it.

The more you play such a game, however, the more you will feel lost, because to get excited you must give up that which is real and pretend to be someone in a virtual world. In other words, the price of excitement is to give up the peace of oneness, since excitement can only be experienced where there seems to be more than one.

The excitement of more versus the peace of no more that which is one
As it takes more than one to be excited about something and as peace is that which is one there is no excitement in oneness. Hence you cannot get both of them. Actually, you cannot get any of them, since it requires more than one to get something.

Fortunately, you do not need to get peace, because that which is you is no different from that which is one and oneness is nothing but peace. But if you think that there must be more than one, you are always in need of excitement as it seems to prove there is more than one. Yet you are never satisfied. There always seems to be more levels explore and more to transform, when you believe there is more than that which is one.

You must acknowledge, where you have chosen to be in order to be able to undo your choice.

You are not the victim of the world, neither of the ego, so before you can have the belief that you are someone definitive undone, you must acknowledge, that it is you who have chosen to believe so. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

You may blame the world for never getting enough. Yet that is not the cause but the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. It is you who choose to believe this, and this choice you will not be motivated to change as long as there is hope for new experiences of excitement triggered by for example a very special person, the latest gadget or the promise of a new and deeper way to transform what you appear to be into something better and/or higher.

When you know, that no lasting excitement to get in the future and that it was you who started this endless quest for more, you are ready to not get excited and make a choice for peace.

Well, you cannot choose that, but you can choose to not choose what is not peace, namely whatever that seems to excite you.

A way to start undoing the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one is to question yourself, if more excitement is equal to less suffering.

You may be a fool running after more, but you are not stupid, so when you see that more is never enough and whatever you get more of entails more suffering, you will automatically correct the belief that more it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

The above is not meant to make you fill guilty about wanting more (or less) than that which is one. To do so is part of appearing in a world, where there seems to be more than one, so you are just doing what you are supposed to do. The question, however, is if you are getting what you are supposed to get. If not, you can choose to not choose what appears to be more than one.

You are not in a hurry though. Time is an illusion and as there is no more than that which is one, this is still that which is you, even though a world where there seems to be more than one seems to hide it.

APPENDIX:
Greed for being or having more is what keeps you going in a world, where there seems to be more than one, but it is also what makes your frustrated, because no matter how much how much more you become or get, it is not enough. You need more, and it must be larger, better, faster, wilder, deeper or purer. You are afraid of not getting it, and if you get it, you are afraid of losing it. Even if you do not lose it, you are afraid it is not good enough. In other words, the price of being and/or having more is suffering.

If you are stranded in a desert, there is no lasting solution but to leave it. The same applies to appear in a world where there seems to be more than one. There is no real solution to the constant fear of not having enough because nothing lasts in such a world. You need to sleep, again and again, you need more and more food and so on.

It is not the world as such, you need to leave in order to have enough and not be afraid of losing what you have. It is the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, that needs to be undone so that this belief does not appear to hide there is no more the peace of that which is one.

Undoing this belief is not an act of doing or not doing something, as it is not possible to be or have more than that which is one. In other words, you should not go with your own speed in your own time, because only in a world where there seems to be more than one, can you have something of your own.

PART 1:
How come so many people like to watch a movie? Is it to pass the time or to get away from everyday life and experience something more exciting.

How come some like to watch porn? Is it because they feel alone, or that they can make fantasies becoming real through watching it – or maybe just because it is more exciting.

How come most are looking forward to a holiday? Is it because they need to get away from everyday life in order to relax and regenerate or because they want to experience something new and more exciting.

On holiday you can attend special events, that are fabricated to improve the feeling of pleasure, so you have an experience out of the ordinary. A movie – porn or not – is fabricated with the same purpose, namely to entertain you and give you an experience out of the ordinary. It does not matter, if it appears to be unrealistic, as long as it is exciting.

The absence of excitement is peace
Within the context of a world where everything seems to be dimensional and where flat things like movies are made to give an illusion of them being dimensional, oneness seems very ordinary. It is non-dimensional, has no space and time and therefore nothing to look forward to or get excited about. That is why it is nothing but peace.

There is ´only´ one, so there is nothing to lose. There is nothing else than one, and therefore you do not need to be complemented by a soulmate or to be confirmed by something from outside of you – you are everything. There is nothing to disturb you from outside because there is no outside – neither inside. There is ´only´ one, and that is extremely satisfying if peace is that which you want – but not if you have a longing for excitement.

In reality, one cannot have any need of being entertained. Being one is more than enough. But what if one could be two? Would that not be exciting? Look at the world. No doubt it is exciting being fragmented in separated pieces instead of being one. But also no doubt being separated is the cause of loneliness, and that to be defined as a person living in a capsule of time and space is the cause of all suffering.

Fortunately, it is not possible to separate one into two, that seem to appear in a dimensional world. It is possible to think so, but thinking does not make anything real. In the same way – within the context of the world – that no matter how realistic a movie is made to appear, it is in no way real and will never be.

Therefore, if you are tired of all the problems it seems to involve appearing in the movie called the world, you can any time leave it and return home, where you are at peace.

All you have to do to not make the flat movie of the world appear to be real is to not project thoughts onto it. Without thoughts and feelings, it will not seem dimensional and that there are exciting adventures ahead. In other words, if you are fed up with choices, variety, expansion, and worrying about the development of the movie, no worries, it is not real. You are that which is one, and in oneness, there is no space for these things – or anything at all.

In the world everything is experienced as different appearances defined by the space they seem to fill plus the space in between them. But in that which is one there is no space, so in the eyes of the world oneness is empty. In reality though it is totally crowded and extremely speedy. Everything is so close together, that there is no room for space in between, and everything moves so fast that differences is impossible. Due to the unimaginable speed, it takes no time to go from one point to another, so there is no past and future. That is why it is one perpetual present.

PART 2:
What has a beginning and an end and therefore is definable is not real. What is real never ends, since it is formless. Whatever is dimensional and seems to have a future and a past is a hallucination, because reality has no dimension, future or past. Reality is one perpetual present.

This is not to say that everything, in reality, will last. There is nothing dimensional in reality, so there is nothing there to last.

What is not real is an illusion. There is just reality. As it is formless it has no dimensions and therefore takes up no space. Yet it is everything because formlessness never ends.

But there is nothing inside it because without dimensions there is neither inside or outside.

Hence there is nothing to get excited about in reality. Besides to get exited requires more than one and reality is the formlessness of oneness.

And yet the reality is full of excitement. It is just not excited about what is to come. There is no future, and therefore nothing to hope for – or look forward to. There is no space, so there is no difference between the one being excited and what seems to cause. It is one perpetual present.


NOTE: WORDS
In the above article, the word oneness can be replaced by that which is one /life/spiriteternal now / ultimate reality, non-duality, one perpetual present and formless. They are all words for that which is real and which cannot be found in something unreal. When speaking about the world, which is unreal, it is not only what seems physically tangible in the universe that is an illusion, but also less tangible concepts like auras, crystal energy, antimatter, dark matter, angels, gods and astral planes.

There is no loss in life

As life is the formlessness of oneness, it is endless. Hence there is no more than that which is one. And as scarcity and abundance require more than one, it is not possible to be or have neither less or more than the formlessness of oneness, unless you believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. Such a world though is not anywhere. Not because there is nothing outside of the formlessness of that which is one, but because what is formless has no sides and thus neither an inside or outside. Everything in the world is limited by time and space. That also includes god and other so-called spiritual concepts. God is in general mentioned as he, and sometimes as an old man in the sky. Auras, chakras, and you name it all have a form, that is defined by time and space. Also, states of mind like bliss and joy has a beginning and an end.

That which is life has no beginning and end – it is formless. So of course, scientist cannot find it. Formlessness cannot be in a form, and as the world is nothing but form, there is no life there. In other words, the world is not real. This is the reason scientist are not able to explain the creation of it, and new age people or religious ones invent gibberish stories of god, higher self and whatnot to give a meaning to the empty space called the world.

Within the context of a world where there seems to be more than one a game like Monopoly is not considered to be real, so it is not meaningful to pretend to be in its world except for fun of it. That is the same in a world where there seems to be more than one. You are not there to learn anything except for the rules of the game – and there is no other meaning of playing the game than having fun pretending to be a someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

If you have forgotten the world is not real, and that you are not there, it is not enjoyable appearing to be there. No friend, spouse, explanation, experiences of so-called heaven or otherworldly states will lessen the fear it is to believe being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. You are bound to always feel that something is not right when you seem to be separated from the oneness of life.

When you are playing a game in the world, and you forget it is just a game, you are still sitting at the table, where you play the game. Nothing has changed even though you may not notice the table anymore.

Likewise, even though you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, that which is you is still the oneness of that which is life. It cannot be anywhere else, because that which is life is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than that. In other words, the appearance of you as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is make-believe. Yet it is only due to the power of that which is you, that you can believe you are something else.

So if you – metaphorically speaking – have forgotten, you sit at a table playing the game of a world where there seems to be more than one, there is nothing you need to do to come back to where you are but to stop believing you are someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. When this belief is undone, there is nothing to hide where you are.

To make long short: If you appear to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, forget about greatness, bliss and heavenly states of mind. Just like the virtual world in a video game seems more exciting than a world where there seems to be more than one, such a world seems more exciting than the formlessness of that which is one. There is, actually, no excitement at all in that which is one, because it takes more than one to be excited.

For the same reason, there is no choice, greatness, bliss and love in that which is one. It takes up no space, so there is no space for anything. It is not dimensional like the world, you appear to be in. Rather it is flat with no direction to go, but one – and not even that, because it takes more than one to go somewhere.

To make long short. The formlessness of oneness is boring compared to all the possibilities you can to choose from in a world where there seems to be more than one. But as they never last, they induce fear of loss, contrary to the formlessness of oneness, where there are no possibilities but one and therefore nothing to lose or fear, which is very peaceful. If that is what you want, forget where and what you appear to be.

APPENDIX:
The way to forget where and what you appear to be is to not have a reason to be where and what you appear to be. As long as you have that, you will do what it takes to make the world appear as if it is real so that you can fulfil your purpose of appearing there. This purpose is differently formulated for different persons, but in general, it is about being and/or having more of something and less or nothing of something else.

You may want more love, compassion, truth, power, or whatever you think you miss in order to be complete. And you may want less of hate, anger, ego or whatever is imagined making you incomplete.

Not knowing what and where you are, there is nothing to define you. Hence there is not someone, who appears to hide there is no more than the formlessness of oneness.

But that which is you is already complete, because it is no different from that which is one, and as it is formless and therefore everything, so is you. In other words, it is not possible to be more – and when you see that, there is no reason to do what it takes to appear in a world where there seems to be more than one.
