PMT Every moment is the perfect moment

If you experience a flow of beauty, love, sex or colors in this pic totally depends on the perception you have fabricated of yourself as a person. But no matter what you perceive, if you include it all, the moment of watching this pic is perfect – nothing is wrong or missing. Consequently you need no more and therefore are ready for that which is one.

Whether you experience love, sex or the beauty of a sunset in this image totally depends on how you have conditioned yourself as a person. But no matter what you experience, if it is included as it is, the moment of experiencing this image is perfect – nothing is wrong or missing. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
Exclusiveness is imperfection and inclusiveness is perfection. This does not mean that everything included is perfect. None of the parts is perfect – nothing in a world where there seems to be more than one is, but when all parts are included, it is a perfect moment.

This is not to say, you must include every small detail of a world where there seems to be more than one, but that you include everything as you perceive it. So-called negative thoughts are included as well as the so-called positive ones. Both past and future are included*. But if you out of habit exclude something, you do not have to correct that habit. You just included your habit of excluding.

To make long short: If you do not try to control and escape the moment as it is by excluding what you judge to be wrong, you have no needs, and so your life is effortless.

That you have no needs does not mean, that you may not want something, but that you are not attached to getting it but the flow of the moment, as it is without any correction.

That being said, there is no flow because there is no world. It only appears so, because you have chosen to perceive it like that. Consequently, the flow is in your perception.

That is why your perception is the moment. In other words, you are the master. It is you who decide every moment is the perfect moment.

In your dream, you may seem to climb around naked in the woods, but you are not climbing anywhere. You are doing nothing. You are asleep your bed. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 2:
Ultimately it really does not matter, if you experience to live in the now, a perfect moment, the past or whatever. You are not someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. There is no more than the formlessness of that which is one, as formlessness is endless, so a world where there seems to be more than one is not real. So what you think you do ´there´ is of no importance.

While you appear to be ´there´, however, it may matter in regards to what kind of person, you pretend to be. A charming personality makes it more tolerable to pretend to be a person ´there´, but that is all there is to it. But ultimately nothing will help you return to the formlessness of that which is you.

You have not left the formlessness of that which is you. It is not possible – but it seems possible to imagine it and pretend to be a person in a world where there are more than one. Imagining this, nobody in that world can help you return to that which is you they are only in your imagination and so are you as someone definitive ´there´. Just like within the context of such a world, the person you appear to be ´there´ is not its dreams.

The person you seem to be in a dream may be travelling around the world, but all the time you are actually the same place, namely in your bed – and the person in the dream may seem to be upset or happy, but no matter what this person is going through, the one having the dream, while laying in the bed, remains the same.

To make long short, enjoy pretending to be someone definitive in the world in the way you see fit, but do not take it seriously, and do not think there is a way out. There is no way at all because you are not ´there´.

If you include all the different elements in whatever you see, you see nothing disturbing. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 3:
It is not (good) enough,
or there must be more are the two common mantras of the seeker – and it is also the foundation the world is built on. No moment is not good enough as it is. Something has to be done about it to make it better. Love, for example, has to be more unconditional, pure or whatnot.

A perfect moment has no limitations contrary to the popular idea of living in the now, which is something you forever can try to achieve but never obtain, as it is based on having to keep on excluding the past and the future.

A perfect moment can last a split second, while you are saying »Fuck you« – or it can last up to 45 minutes while you are having a daydream about tomorrow. It includes the past as well as the future. Actually, including is what it is all about – or rather not to exclude, as that means everything is included.

So if you do not exclude anything at this moment, no matter if it contains thoughts about the past and the future or if they are positive or negative, then there is nothing to define you in the present. Hence there is nobody to experience it. In other words, you are a state of not-knowing.

Meditation or others techniques supposed to make you spiritual will not get you there, because those ways are about excluding something, so a state of mind can be obtained in the future and not in this very moment. Hence they are making separation real and therefore you as someone special in a world of duality. In other words, the so-called spiritual techniques prolong the agony of being someone definitive instead of undoing the belief in being this.

The only reason you choose to block out the present by excluding part of it and space out in ideas of a better world to come is that you think, there is more than this moment. And your search will go on until you acknowledge you are mistaken.

*) If you have conditioned yourself within the concepts of living in the now, you may think a perfect moment is a point squeezed in between the past and the future. This idea of living in the now, however, is based on exclusion, whereas a perfect moment is inclusive and therefore includes both the past and the future. A perfect moment may last a split second, or as long as a kiss lasts, or a daydream lasts. There are no rules but to be inclusive. Should you forget that, you just include your forgetfulness.

NOTE: This article is part of hack #4.1 Every moment is the perfect moment.

Oneness has no choices, as that requires more than one – and that is why, it is nothing but peace

The appearances in a virtual world like a video game seem more exciting than the appearances in the world – and the world of duality seems more exciting than non-duality.

To appear as a hero in a virtual world like a video game seems often more exciting than what one appears to be in the physical world – just like being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, may seem more exciting than having nothing but the peace that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As oneness is formless and therefore endless, there is no more than that which is one, and as it takes more than one to experience something, any experience – falling in love, having a high consciousness or being transformed into to this and that – is an illusion.

For the same reason, there is nowhere to go. But as nothing is missing in that which is one, since it is endless and therefore everything, it is not necessary to go anywhere. That is why it is one perpetual present of peace.

In one perpetual present no one is special and no one takes up more space than another one, because there is no more than that which is one.

One perpetual present is not exciting though. There is nothing to search for, explore and be excited about because there is no future. Everything is there simultaneously in one eternal now. But most of all because it is not possible to be someone specific in one perpetual present, as that requires differentiation, so there is nobody to explore and be excited about anything, That is why it is nothing but peace.

The experience of movement in this image requires more than one, because without somebody watching it, it is totally still. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As it requires more than one to describe something, that which is one cannot be described, so the above description should not be taken literally. Neither should it be taken as a pointer to that which is one, as it also requires more than one to point to something. In this context, the description or any other in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings rather points towards the illusion of experiencing, realising or understanding something at all, as that requires more than one.

A world where there seems to be more than one can within the framework of such a world be compared to a video game, that you play when you want something more exciting than reality. And as long as you find excitement in exploring the deeper levels of the virtual world of such a game, you will keep playing it.

The more you play such a game, however, the more you will feel lost, because to get excited you must give up that which is real and pretend to be someone in a virtual world. In other words, the price of excitement is to give up the peace of oneness, since excitement can only be experienced where there seems to be more than one.

The excitement of more versus the peace of no more that which is one
As it takes more than one to be excited about something and as peace is that which is one there is no excitement in oneness. Hence you cannot get both of them. Actually, you cannot get any of them, since it requires more than one to get something.

Fortunately, you do not need to get peace, because that which is you is no different from that which is one and oneness is nothing but peace. But if you think that there must be more than one, you are always in need of excitement as it seems to prove there is more than one. Yet you are never satisfied. There always seems to be more levels explore and more to transform, when you believe there is more than that which is one.

You must acknowledge, where you have chosen to be in order to be able to undo your choice.

You are not the victim of the world, neither of the ego, so before you can have the belief that you are someone definitive undone, you must acknowledge, that it is you who have chosen to believe so. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

You may blame the world for never getting enough. Yet that is not the cause but the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. It is you who choose to believe this, and this choice you will not be motivated to change as long as there is hope for new experiences of excitement triggered by for example a very special person, the latest gadget or the promise of a new and deeper way to transform what you appear to be into something better and/or higher.

When you know, that no lasting excitement to get in the future and that it was you who started this endless quest for more, you are ready to not get excited and make a choice for peace.

Well, you cannot choose that, but you can choose to not choose what is not peace, namely whatever that seems to excite you.

A way to start undoing the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one is to question yourself, if more excitement is equal to less suffering.

You may be a fool running after more, but you are not stupid, so when you see that more is never enough and whatever you get more of entails more suffering, you will automatically correct the belief that more it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

The above is not meant to make you fill guilty about wanting more (or less) than that which is one. To do so is part of appearing in a world, where there seems to be more than one, so you are just doing what you are supposed to do. The question, however, is if you are getting what you are supposed to get. If not, you can choose to not choose what appears to be more than one.

You are not in a hurry though. Time is an illusion and as there is no more than that which is one, this is still that which is you, even though a world where there seems to be more than one seems to hide it.

The price of greed is fear. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

The price of greed is fear. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

APPENDIX:
Greed for being or having more is what keeps you going in a world, where there seems to be more than one, but it is also what makes your frustrated, because no matter how much how much more you become or get, it is not enough. You need more, and it must be larger, better, faster, wilder, deeper or purer. You are afraid of not getting it, and if you get it, you are afraid of losing it. Even if you do not lose it, you are afraid it is not good enough. In other words, the price of being and/or having more is suffering.

If you are stranded in a desert, there is no lasting solution but to leave it. The same applies to appear in a world where there seems to be more than one. There is no real solution to the constant fear of not having enough because nothing lasts in such a world. You need to sleep, again and again, you need more and more food and so on.

It is not the world as such, you need to leave in order to have enough and not be afraid of losing what you have. It is the belief, that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, that needs to be undone so that this belief does not appear to hide there is no more the peace of that which is one.

Undoing this belief is not an act of doing or not doing something, as it is not possible to be or have more than that which is one. In other words, you should not go with your own speed in your own time, because only in a world where there seems to be more than one, can you have something of your own.

NOTE: This article is part of hack #2.4 Peace of non-duality versus the excitement of duality.

When the belief in a world where there seems to be more than one is undone nothing seems to hide that peace is always present

You behave civilized and pay for what you take – at least when there is no other way to take what you want without being exposed as a thief.

If you are a civilised person you pay for what you take – at least when there is no other way to take it without being exposed as a thief. The image is grabbed from the web

Gandhi and others, who in different ways tried to establish peace in their part of the world, all failed. The reason is simply, that peace is not possible in a world where there seems to be more than one, as it is based on being and having more, so everybody fight for more and fear to lose what they have.

You cannot survive in such a world without taking something from others physically or psychologically. And it does not matter if you eat meat or not, raw or vegan and whatnot. The principle is the same. You must take something from outside of yourself if you want to appear as if you are someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. The strongest and/or are most clever, will take more with the result that others have less or almost nothing.

No matter, if you are rich or poor, you know it is like that, and so you will always fear that others take from you, what you have taken from them. And if too many have too little, they will start fighting those that have more. But it also happens, that those who have a lot of fights to get more. It is happening all the time – and not just on a big scale.

The fight for more
You work to be and have more, but all the time the boss tries to give you less so that he/she can be and have more by making profit on you. And you both try to work as little as possible for as much as possible. When you go to a shop, it is to take as much as possible from outside of yourself and give as little as possible for it. For the shop, it is the other way around. It tries to give you as little as possible for as much, as it is possible within the law – or maybe their own extended version of it.

To take from others has been organised in a way, so everybody appears to be civilised, although they all try to figure out how to get as much as possible for as little as possible within the rules of society because if you do not follow them, you will be used as a scapegoat for people’s guilty conscience about how they exploit others.

To make long short, even though taking from others have been organised in ways so that it looks as you are a civilised person in a civilised world, it is a constant fight to keep together what you are and have. You must always defend yourself against others, so no one smarter or stronger than you take what you have taken from others. And it is the same for everybody, no matter where they appear to be in this game of appearing to be and have more than others in a so-called spiritual, physical or psychological way.

This fight may lead to big wars or small arguments in daily the encounters, like for example who shall do the dishes. It has always been like that, and it will go on like that, as long as you believe it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. If you think, that you or a group of people can change this, you suffer from illusions of grandeur. Why should you be able to do, what nobody else has been able to do in thousands of years?

Nowadays most second-hand knowledge seems to come from the web. This is not to say the web is bad, but that most use it to pump up their personality with things they know nothing about, and yet fight about as if they know what is right. This is not peaceful, but that is not important either, as what they want is to look superior, so they can hide their feeling of being inferior, which one is bound to feel appearing as a separated being in a capsule of time and space.

Nowadays a lot of second-hand knowledge seems to come from the web. This is not to say the web is bad. Unfortunately, info from there is often used to pump up one’s appearance, so that it seems more powerful and therefore appears to hide the underlying feeling of inferiority. But whatever is done to hide or fight something enhances it, because every time something is done about something, it reminds you why you are doing it. So the more you hide or fight the feeling of inferiority, the more the cause of it, namely the belief in being someone definitive, is enhanced – and as peace, it is fenced off. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Peace does not come from more, neither from less, but from that which is one
Since peace is the formlessness of that which is one and since formlessness it is endless, there is no more than that which is one so peace cannot be found in a world where there seems to be more than one.

Hence it makes no sense to look for it there, Neither anywhere else because it takes more than one to find something and peace is that which is one. And even if it could be found, you would not know what to look for, as your knowledge of it is based on speculations and second-hand knowledge.

Yet you know what is not peace, namely separation, so if you choose to undo the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, a world where there seems to be more than one will no longer appear to hide that there is no more than that which is one.

denial9The above article mostly mention fights between persons in a world where there seems to be more than one, but it is the same inside of you. There is no peace inside. Meditation and other techniques to find peace inside are just tools used to fight undesired feelings and thoughts by suppressing them. But denial does not make anything go away. A world where there seems to be more than one and what you appear to be there consist of conflicting contrast like for example peace and war. Hence you cannot have peace without war, as long as you believe there is more than that which is one.

In hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is pure bliss you can read how to undo this belief by not excluding but including the apparent opposite sides of contrast

There is no loss in life

As life is the formlessness of oneness, it is endless. Hence there is no more than that which is one. And as scarcity and abundance require more than one, it is not possible to be or have neither less or more than the formlessness of oneness, unless you believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. Such a world though is not anywhere. Not because there is nothing outside of the formlessness of that which is one, but because what is formless has no sides and thus neither an inside or outside. In terms of a world defined by time and space, oneness is so flat, that it takes up no space. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Everything in the world is limited by time and space. That also includes god and other so-called spiritual concepts. God is in general mentioned as he, and sometimes as an old man in the sky. Auras, chakras, and you name it all have a form, that is defined by time and space. Also, states of mind like bliss and joy has a beginning and an end.

That which is life has no beginning and end – it is formless. So of course, scientist cannot find it. Formlessness cannot be in a form, and as the world is nothing but form, there is no life there. In other words, the world is not real. This is the reason scientist are not able to explain the creation of it, and new age people or religious ones invent gibberish stories of god, higher self and whatnot to give a meaning to the empty space called the world.

Within the context of a world where there seems to be more than one a game like Monopoly is not considered to be real, so it is not meaningful to pretend to be in its world except for fun of it. That is the same in a world where there seems to be more than one. You are not there to learn anything except for the rules of the game – and there is no other meaning of playing the game than having fun pretending to be a someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

If you have forgotten the world is not real, and that you are not there, it is not enjoyable appearing to be there. No friend, spouse, explanation, experiences of so-called heaven or otherworldly states will lessen the fear it is to believe being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. You are bound to always feel that something is not right when you seem to be separated from the oneness of life.

When you are playing a game in the world, and you forget it is just a game, you are still sitting at the table, where you play the game. Nothing has changed even though you may not notice the table anymore.

Neither friends or anything else in the world can lessen the fear it entails to believe being an entity, that has an end.

Neither friends or anything else in the world can lessen the fear it entails to believe being a creature with an end. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Likewise, even though you appear to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, that which is you is still the oneness of that which is life. It cannot be anywhere else, because that which is life is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than that. In other words, the appearance of you as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is make-believe. Yet it is only due to the power of that which is you, that you can believe you are something else.

So if you – metaphorically speaking – have forgotten, you sit at a table playing the game of a world where there seems to be more than one, there is nothing you need to do to come back to where you are but to stop believing you are someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. When this belief is undone, there is nothing to hide where you are.

To make long short: If you appear to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, forget about greatness, bliss and heavenly states of mind. Just like the virtual world in a video game seems more exciting than a world where there seems to be more than one, such a world seems more exciting than the formlessness of that which is one. There is, actually, no excitement at all in that which is one, because it takes more than one to be excited.

For the same reason, there is no choice, greatness, bliss and love in that which is one. It takes up no space, so there is no space for anything. It is not dimensional like the world, you appear to be in. Rather it is flat with no direction to go, but one – and not even that, because it takes more than one to go somewhere.

To make long short. The formlessness of oneness is boring compared to all the possibilities you can to choose from in a world where there seems to be more than one. But as they never last, they induce fear of loss, contrary to the formlessness of oneness, where there are no possibilities but one and therefore nothing to lose or fear, which is very peaceful. If that is what you want, forget where and what you appear to be.

APPENDIX:
The way to forget where and what you appear to be is to not have a reason to be where and what you appear to be. As long as you have that, you will do what it takes to make the world appear as if it is real so that you can fulfil your purpose of appearing there. This purpose is differently formulated for different persons, but in general, it is about being and/or having more of something and less or nothing of something else.

You may want more love, compassion, truth, power, or whatever you think you miss in order to be complete. And you may want less of hate, anger, ego or whatever is imagined making you incomplete.

Not knowing what and where you are, there is nothing to define you. Hence there is not someone, who appears to hide there is no more than the formlessness of oneness.

But that which is you is already complete, because it is no different from that which is one, and as it is formless and therefore everything, so is you. In other words, it is not possible to be more – and when you see that, there is no reason to do what it takes to appear in a world where there seems to be more than one.

NOTE: This article is part of hack 2.4 Life is flat.

What requires more than one is not that which is one

It takes two to be together, and as you think you are separated from that which is one, it takes two to return to that which is one. Togetherness can also be between two parts of your personality. It is basically the same as it is all make-believe. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

It takes more than one to be together in a world where there seems to be more than one, and because you think that you are separated from that which is one, it also takes more than one to return to oneness. But as being more than one actually is an imagination happening between parts of yourself, it is more correct to say that being alone together* is how you return to that which is one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
That which is one cannot be observed because it takes more than one to observe something. What can be observed is a world where there seems to be more than one. Such a world, however, is not real, since that which is one is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than oneness. In other words, a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion.

The ego, therefore, rubs its hands every time you try to get rid of it, as by doing so you enhance the belief, that there is more than that which is one. It knows you will never get rid of it because you cannot get rid of something that is not there. Hence its ´life´ seems to be forever preserved when you are fighting it.

According to an article recently published in the journal Nature Communications a team split a single photon in half and transmitted it to two separate labs. Upon analysis, they found that the particle not only exists until its observed but that it never showed up in both labs at the same time. The particle you are not looking at ceases to exist.

Those who advise others to observe thoughts and feelings in order to be detached from them, worship the ego, because to observe or be detached from something makes an illusion appear to be real. The world only seems to be there, because you choose to believe the separation created by contrasts like right and wrong is real.

Contrasts is needed for something to appear as if it exists in the world.

Contrasts is needed for something to appear as if it exists. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

If nobody is watching a movie, the world in it does not appear to exist.

Just like the world in a movie is an illusion created by the contrasts, that light seems to produce on the screen, a world where there seems to be more than one cannot be experienced without contrasts. Without them, there would not seem to be more than one. Neither would this article appear to be there if the black letters were written on black.

There must be a contrast between the letters and the background for them to be seen. There must be evil in the world for you to experience good. There must be hate so that you can feel love. You cannot have a god without a devil and so on.

In a world where there seems to be more than one you cannot have oneness, because then there would not seem to be more than one.

But contrast is an illusion. There is nothing outside of that which is one because it is formless and therefore endless, so it has no contrast. In other words, what has no contrast is that which is real – and reality cannot be seen, seeing something requires contrast.

In a world where there seems to be more than one, past and future are contrasting each other. There is nothing to contrast now, and so there is no now to experience in such a world. Those who claim, that there is, are serving the ego, who knows, that all searching is of a world where there seems to be more than one.

It requires more than one to be a father or to be something at all – also to search for something. And as reality is the formlessness of that which is one and as formlessness is endless, what appears to be more than one is an illusion. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

It requires more than one to search for something, and the ego loves whatever takes more than one because that makes a world where there seems to be more than one appear as if it is real – and hence the ego as well.

As long as you seem to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, you cannot get rid of the ego. Fortunately, you do not need to get rid of it. Neither the ego, such a world or the one experiencing this is real, so there is nothing to get rid of.

How can you know what love feels like, if everybody love you?

Yet you must acknowledge all the contrasts in a world where there seems to be more than one – war and peace, love and hate and so on – while you appear to be someone there. Otherwise, there is no world to experience, and you need to experience it, as it takes more than one to undo the experience of it.

In that which is one it is always the same day. The same applies to a world where there seems to be more than one, but every morning you imagine it from a new angle, and so it seems to have changed. In other words, nothing is going on in a world where there seems to be more than one. It is going on in you.

It is not possible to appear as someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one because that which is you is no different from the formlessness of that which is one and as formlessness is endless, there is no more than that which is one. Yet it is possible to pretend to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, which is fun until you believe it is real.** Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

It is not possible to leave the formlessness of that which is one since what is formless has no beginning or end, which means there is no more than that which is one. Yet it seems possible to imagine that there is more than one and as such leaving it in favour of being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one.

You need to be with others in order to return to that which is one. But you also need not to perceive the apparent difference between them and you to make a difference, as that means you can imagine returning to that which is one just like you imagined to leave it, namely alone together.*

One way of doing this is to perceive all appearances in the world as symbols of that which is one.

Hence you must be more than one if you want to return to that which is one, which is not possible physically speaking. But imagining to be alone together*, which is by the way what you have always been in a world where there seems to be more than one, is possible – and that is how you return to that which you never left but in your imagination of being more than one.

Dimension is an illusion.

Dimension is an illusion.

PART 2:
Seen
from a world defined by time and space life is flat as can be. This should not be a surprise, because that which is life is one and as it requires more than one to be dimensional, what else can it be than flat.

To perceive that which is life as dimensional, it has to be divided into more than one, so that one flat part can observe another flat part, that seems to move when the observing part moves. In other words, by observing the flatness of life from different angles, you imagine being someone in a world defined by time and space.

Dutch-BrazilianRafaël Rozendaal

Dutch-Brazilian artist Rafaël Rozendaal

On the webpage almost calm you can see how a painting, that is still and flat seems to move and becomes dimensional, when you as observer outside of the flat image move on top of it via a mouse, tracking pad or fingers in case of a smartphone. The webpage is done by the artist Artist Rafaël Rozendaal, who in a series of new images uses an old-school technology best known for its use in funky, ridged baseball cards, where it looked like the slugger was swinging a bat, when you turned the card slightly to and fro – as is explained in the Wired article ´Vivid Paintings That Shape-Shift as You Walk by Them´.

What needs to be imagined though is not real. But that is the beauty of it. One can imagine a world defined by time and space and have fun pretending to be someone there, while nothing actually has changed, because since that which is one is formless it is endless, so there is no more than that which is one.

The Matrix.

A shot from the movie ´The Matrix´.

A world defined by time and space can be compared to ´the matrix´ in the movie by the same name, where reality, as it is perceived by most humans, is actually a simulated reality called ´the matrix´, which is a layer on top of the real world. But unlike in the movie the layer of a 3D world with appearances moving in time it is not created by machines, who trick you into seeing a world, that is not there.

In an attempt to be more than that which is one, you have tricked yourself into seeing something that is not there, namely a dimensional world, instead of seeing there is no more than that which is one, which is seen by seeing nothing, because that which is real cannot be seen, since it is that which is one and it takes more than one to see something.

Humans are afraid machines will take over the world, but they already have. A human is nothing but a machine.

A human is to be compared to a machine with artificial intelligence*. There is no self or soul inside it. It is nothing but mechanics. What it seems to think, feel and decide does not come from a self but from the instructions it gets from the cloud.

In the world defined by time and space you are to be compared to a machine that functions via the info it gets from IoT (The internet of things*), where everything included the appearance of a personality and soul is fabricated in the cloud, which makes all your thoughts, feelings and decisions based on preprogrammed sensors installed in you, although you like to think it is your own doing. Unlike in the movie ´The Matrix´, what is underneath the layer of the violent and ugly world called ´the matrix´ is not a world of machines but the beauty of that which is one.

Someone in the matrix has forgotten, they are not there.

Someone in the matrix has forgotten, that they are not there.

But if you forget that a world defined by time and space is nothing but a simulated reality, appearing to be there does not seem funky anymore but very serious. Hence it becomes important to preserve the imagination of being someone with a coherent self – even when the angles of observing that which is one are changed, which they constantly in order to make it appear as if it is a dimensional world. See also the article There is only one thing, that needs correction.

As everything has a beginning and an end in a dimensional world to survive as someone definitive, you to trick itself into believing you have a soul, that will reincarnate as someone new, when angles of observing that which is one are changed and what you appear to be cannot function anymore. So far though no one has been able to make this trick work.

The reason for this is very simple. There is no more than one life. It never ends though. What has an end is not life but afterlife. In other words, since life is formless and therefore endless, there is nothing else than that, so believing you are not someone definitive is a mistake.

Fortunately, a mistake can be corrected. See hack #8.5 To appear in the world is a mistake, that can be corrected. It only takes one to undo what is not one. That being said, in a world where there seems to be more than one oneness appears separated in more than, so to become one you include two or more appearances, that seems different from you as if their difference does not make a difference. See hack #3.2 Inclusiveness is pure bliss. or hack #8.8 Alone together is the key to that which is one.

ai-imageHumans are afraid that machines with artificial intelligence will end their world, as Stephen Hawking and Elton Musk from Tesla predicts – and for sure they will end the world as humans know it, because what they seem to know is nothing but their own construction of thoughts, that they have tricked themselves to believe is the world.

The same though will be true for a new world fabricated by machines with artificial intelligence. It will be a fabricated reality on top of the fabricated reality, humans have made on top of the fabricated reality, that so-called gods did on top of that which is real. There may be layers in between those, but they are all simulated worlds on top of that which is real, namely the formlessness of oneness.

*) Alone together can be compared to having a dream in the sense that everything that appears to happen in it – no matter how and where it is experienced to be – is actually happening in you. And though there seem to be many different appearances, they are not really there. There is nobody but you. You are alone having a dream about a world where there seems to be more than one. This you can read more about this in the articles Alone together you bid welcome the enlightenment of that which is oneWho is alone together? and The door to the enlightenment of that which is one is alone together or hack #8.8 Alone together is the key to that which is one.

**) In hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation. you can read about how pretending to be what you are not, undoes the belief in being someone definitive.

Go with the flow

Digital art like this starts with and effort for me and then I effortlessly go with the flow.

Digital art like this starts with an effort for Alexius, and then he effortlessly go with the flow – on his iPhone by the way in the case of this image. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
Effortlessly living does not mean, that no actions are performed, but that they are not performed by you. All actions though cannot be effortless. It is not an effortless action to experience a world in 3D where there seems to be more than one.

The reality of life is flat since it that which is one and it takes more than one to be dimensional, so it requires much effort to separate from it and observe it in different angles from the outside in order to fabricate an illusion of time and space.

This original effort is the reason, you seem to appear in a 3D world. This effort is upheld as long as you are motivated to be someone definitive in such a world. Often the motivation for this is to be or find something larger than life, and as life is that which is one, you assume that by having more than one you are larger than life.

There is nothing larger than life
But as that which is one is formless and therefore endless, there is no more than that which is one. In other words, it is not possible to be someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. Yet you think that it is – otherwise, you would not believe to be in a world where there seems to be more than one.

And as long as you are amazed by all the big things, you seem to be able to have in a world where there seems to be more than one, you will choose to let the excitement deceive you into believing that more power, more money, more love, more freedom, more transcendence, more consciousness, more oneness and whatnot will make your life larger.

Appearing to be someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, you cannot know that which is you because it is no different from that which is one. In other words, there is no way of knowing how to return to that which is you. Yet going with the flow you automatically return to that which is you – or rather stop believing that you are someone definitive – just like a river automatically returns to the sea. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

More, however, always wants more, so you will never be satisfied no matter how much more you become or have. When you sense this, you can start undoing the original effort of separation by ´living´ effortlessly in a world where there seems to be more than one instead of pushing your way around there. It is not possible though to be nothing but effortless in a world built on effort, but it is possible to not build more on the original effort.

Let us say you want to go on a trip. You make an effort going to the bus, but when you sit there, you do not add to this effort by pushing the trip. The bus is gonna take you effortlessly to where ever, you had planned to go. That is if the bus is going the way, you thought it would drive.

If the bus drives another way, and you do not make an effort to change its route, you will without any effort have a completely new experience, provided you do not try to compare it to past experiences. But if the bus does not start at all, and you try to push it instead of leaving it, you are practising the opposite of being effortless and thereby enhancing the original effort of separation.

In other words, everybody knows where the river goes, provided no effort is made to control it. So if not interfering with the flow you go home – or rather you find out, you never left it.

Maria visiting me at the hospital.

Effortlessly receiving and giving a hug at the hospital, where I without any effort of mine was brought by a helicopter. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Effortlessly Alexius hiked down the mountain in a rainforest until he could get no further due to the impenetrable plantation of thorny lianas. For several reasons it was impossible to climb up the mountain again, so when it was about to get dark he called for help and was promised to get it early next morning. He stayed there overnight laying on the ground amongst lizards and whatnot. Help did not come the next morning, however, because no human could go there, he was told.

After being stuck there for two days without food and water, he was finally without any effort of his wired up in a helicopter, that brought him to a hospital, where friends came to visit him. So without pushing himself or anybody else, one exciting experience led to another.

It was extremely peaceful staying overnight in the rainforest just lightened up by the stars above, and it was intensely beautiful experience hanging in the air between the forest and the helicopter. Nothing was planned, everything was free and no effort was required.

You want to be more happy so you feel less loss.

You want to be more happy, so you feel less sad for your loss. The graphic is grabbed from the web

PART 2:
The wheels of the world keep spinning because nobody ever has enough. Everybody wants to be and have more.

Not everybody though is able to adjust to the quest for more power or the recognition and respect that seems to come from getting more money, so they follow other systems than the capitalistic one. Maybe they turn into a socialist and look for more power and freedom for the people. Or maybe they become a spiritual person searching for more love, purity and higher power. But it is all the same. This desire for more is based on a feeling of loss, which is an illusion, since that which is you is no different from the formlessness of oneness, and as formlessness is endless that which is you are and have everything.

So the feelings of loss are just reminders, that you are not someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one – and welcomed like that they turn into joy. If not, you will participate in the quest to be or have more, so that feelings of loss and inferiority can be covered by the feeling of being more special and important. Maybe as an important politician, who is gonna change the world to the better or a highly evolved spiritual adviser, who is gonna help others find themselves – as if improving the illusion of the world will change anything to the better by or as if anybody can find themselves in an illusion.

The loss seems to appear when you imagine, there is more than that which is one by dividing it into more than one, basically, an observer and something observed. Though it is not possible to split the formlessness of that which is one into more than one, an observer seems to be confirmed as real by the observed and vice versa.

According to an article recently published in the journal Nature Communications a team split a single photon in half and transmitted it to two separate labs. Upon analysis, they found that the particle not only exists until its observed but that it never showed up in both labs at the same time. The particle you are not looking at ceases to exist.

To help somebody the same principle is at work. Although there is no more than that which is one, and therefore nobody to help, the imagination that you help somebody or are being helped by somebody enhances the belief in you as being someone definitive.

That is why there is a whole industry of do-gooders, who want to help you observe the world so that separation and therefore the feeling of loss is enhanced, instead of listening to Quantum Physics, who basically says, there is no world unless you look at it. In other words, without observing it, there is no loss, abundance or anything else you have learned about because there is no more than that which is one.

NOTE: This article is part of hack 2.4 Life is flat.

Everything that appears to be more than one is an illusion

tree-leaf-gif

PART 1:
Life is the formlessness of that which is one, and as formlessness has no dimension everything dimensional is lifeless. Well, it does is not there at all, because what is formless is endless, so there is no more than that which is one. In other words, if you are experiencing a dimensional world where there seems to be more than one, you are hallucinating.

The oneness of life can be compared to the one line in the above animation, and a world defined by time and space to the tree, that it seems to create.

But there is no tree. It is an illusion. If you look closer, you will see, everything in the tree are fragments of one line, that are added together in such a way, that they appear to be different and not just the same line.

ch08_04-660x313

That everything appearing not to be one is an illusion does not mean, that you should look at everything a world defined by time and space as one. As long as you yourself appear to be what you are not, namely someone who differs from others in a world defined by time and space, it would be an illusion to look at such a world as it is the formlessness of that which is one.

A world defined by time and space is a world of separation and since you appear to be there, you have chosen to be separated. Yet this choice confirms the oneness it denies because without it you could not separate from it, so everything that appears to be separated from that which is one is a symbol of it.

If you want to undo, what is not one, you acknowledge the separation, you seem to be part of, but instead of relating to everything as it differs from each other you relate to everything as different symbols of the same, namely that which is one. The more you perceive what seems separated from that which is one as symbols of it, the more you are having the belief in being separated from that which is one undone.

Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings also suggest hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation, as a remedy to have what is not one undone. The more you pretend to be someone definitive instead of believing to be one, the more this belief is undone, because what you pretend to be you are not.

Some think, they can escape the sense of separation and be in a mix of the world and something spiritual by hugging a so-called spiritual teacher, by chanting, giving unconditional love or similar childish ideas. The idea is in itself a contradiction, as spirit is formless and the world is form. One exclude the other. Besides adding two things together does not make one, and it is only in the world of separation, that it seems two things can be merged. There is nothing to merge in oneness.

Some think they can escape the pain of separation by fusing a world defined by time and space with what they consider to be spiritual by hugging a so-called spiritual teacher, or by chanting, giving unconditional love or similar spaced out ideas. As spirit is formless and the world is nothing but form, they cannot be fused. One excludes the other. Besides adding two things together does not make them one. It is only in the world of separation, it seems that two things can be merged. There is nothing to merge in the formlessness of oneness, as there is no more than that which is one.

Whatever you choose makes no difference, as long as the purpose is to undo the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Unfortunately, most so-called spiritual ways do not have this purpose. Instead, the purpose most often is to make it bearable appearing to be and have more than that which is one, so it seems you can uphold your belief in separation and still be at peace. Such ways are not undoing the belief in what is not one but enhancing it in order to hide that which is one behind gibberish talk of bliss, stillness and other things that requires more than one to experience.

How many black dots can you count?
See the notes below the article for the answer.

PART 2:
That which is life is flat compared to a world defined by time and space, as you can read in the previous article One is one, and one is all there is. As flatness has no dimensions life is so small that it has no form. And as formlessness is endless, there is no more than life. Hence a world defined by time and space is not real, but just like a dream an abstraction of that which is. This illusion is only possible because of reality.

seperator2When used in an article this is a symbol of separation. But it has no power to separate anything, unless you project that onto it.

In Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings the words non-duality, life, reality, one perpetual present, spirit, one and oneness, in general, are different words for the same, namely that which is formless and has no beginning and end. In other words, that which is. Those words are limited – they have a beginning and an end like everything else in the world – so they cannot really tell what non-duality, life, reality, one perpetual present, spirit, one and oneness is, but they can point towards it.

1806400lhjy1qql2liy2hg

The bigger it is the more you believe it must be real, but it is the other way around. That which is real, namely life, has no size at all.

In a world defined by time and space most are looking for something bigger and/or better, but what the above words symbolise is neither bigger or better. It is that which is formless, and therefore not in a world defined by time and space, which therefore is lifeless, so if you seem to see such a world, you must be dreaming.

after-watching-a-scary-movie_1140There only seems to be life in the illusionary world of a movie, because it appears to have an effect on someone. You are someone, that have chosen to be an effect of an illusion.

A dream only appears to be there because of the dreamer. Yet the dream is not the dreamer. Likewise, the world only seems to be there because of life, though the world is not that which is life.

The movie you are watching, while wearing 3-D glasses, is not in 3-D. It is a trick. The movie is actually flat. And the world, that you seem to see in 3D from day-to-day, is not dimensional. Even physically speaking it is not so. It is a fabrication made up by the brain.

Ultimately speaking you do not see the world at all, because only that which is one is real, and it takes more than one to see something, so everything that can be seen is not real. In other words, neither you or the world is real. It is a trick. All there is, is one perpetual present.

Be aware, that the above explanations are metaphors used to explain, what cannot be explained. The world is not a dream, but to be compared to a dream. If the world was a dream, there would be someone dreaming about it, and no one is dreaming it. The same applies to the movie metaphor. The world is not a movie, but to be compared to a movie.

Pure-LovePART 3:
Once upon a time Alexius often went for a cup of coffee and to chill out in a restaurant that seemed to fit into the image, he had fabricated of a cosy place. One day, however, he hated the very same things, he used to love the place for.

A relationship can be a bit the same. The exact things that you originally felt attracted to in another person may one day start to irritate you. The heart cannot be trusted. It is only loyal until it sees something better. Then it starts hating what it used to love and wants to replace it with something better or purer. The heart is flimsy and so is the whole experience of being someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one. It is not founded on reality but on how you think reality should be – and such a foundation is not sound.

There is no world. It is a deception.

There is no world. It is a deception.

It is the brain, that fabricate the images, you seem to ´see´. Actually, the brain can produce perfect images of what seems to be a realistic world out there, even when your eyes are closed. In other words, you are deceived by the brain – but only because you want to.

In every moment since you were born, you have seen the world upside down. That is the way, the reflections of light reaching the eyes, are received. And not before this upside-down image has been corrected by the brain into the collectively agreed image of the world, do you ´see´ the world in the way we all have agreed upon it should look.

eyewk-2ab

This correction goes on all the time along together with so many other corrections. For instance, you do not consider the earth to be flat, although it certainly is experienced like that when you look into the horizon.

»Our eyes are constantly lying to us. If you place a dark filter in front of one eye, your eye will perceive flat objects as having depth, which is known as the Pulfrich effect.« From an article about virtual reality in Macworld.

To make long short: Every experience – no matter if you call it direct or whatever – is a deception, that needs to be corrected. The experience of a substantial world that is produced in the brain with the help of the outer senses is a lie because there is nothing but empty space.

If you look for a deeper understanding or to dig deeper into the matter of something, you are enhancing the belief in a world defined by time and space and therefore fencing off the formlessness of life, since formlessness is flat as can be.

Fortunately, all experiences are corrected in one fell swoop, when the belief that you are a someone definitive is undone because then there is nobody to experience anything.

The world is nothing but make-believe

Mark Zuckerberg

Mark Zuckerberg talks about virtual reality.

»Suddenly, you´re on the roof of a skyscraper, looking down on the city below. The roof is tiny and you’re close to the edge and a sense of vertigo sets in. You feel the need to step back before you fall. But the edge isn’t really there.

You’re really at Facebook’s annual developer conference, and there’s an Oculus headset strapped to your face. The city and its skyscraper are part of an Oculus virtual reality demo that Facebook is sharing with conference attendees … But there’s another thing you notice while standing atop that virtual skyscraper. As you look down, you realise you can’t see your own feet. You’re completely disembodied.« From an article in Wired.

PART 1:
Being a virtual reality game makes one nauseous. The body is tricked into believing it is moving and that there are things outside of it, that is not there. Though you are totally separated from the world, you are not in the virtual world of the game, even though it appears you must do things there in order to survive. Actually, you are sitting in a chair with your eyes covered by a set of goggles. An app fills it with a simulated world that due to your response to it seems to create feelings in you, as is you are in a real world.

Getting lost in a virtual world. The world of any game is virtual and only appears as if it is real, when you play the game. If you do not participate in it, there is no world there. Alexius has no need to forget the world, he appears to be in, by getting lost in a world simulated via an electronic device, so he does not know any of the worlds so many seem to know a lot about from playing on those devices. Neither does he have a need to create a special world with special friends on Facebook or other social platforms – or be lost in the world with just a spouse. In that context he rather go the whole way and get lost in the enlightenment of that which is one.*

When you know you are playing a game, it is easy to pretend you are happy there. But if you have forgotten it is a game, all the things that seems to be around you, scares you – and so happiness becomes a fleeting thing.

When you know, you are playing a game, it is easy to pretend you are happy in its virtual world. But if you have forgotten it is not real, some of the things, that appears to be around you, seems scary – and so happiness becomes a fleeting thing.

Appearing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one can be compared to playing a virtual game. You cannot see that which is you because it is no different from that which is one and there is no oneness in a world where there seems to be more than one, so you appear to be totally separated from it. Everything that can you can see, experience or be conscious about is virtual because it takes more than one to see, experience or be aware of anything.

Due to blinking you never see the present in its entirety – it is a fragmented experience. In other words now is make-believe.

As that which is one is not in a world where there seems to be more than one, so you will always feel a bit off appearing to be ´there´. Yet it is possible to feel good appearing to be ´there´ when you know that the experiences, you seem to have, are not real, and that you only pretend to be ´there´.** But if you believe, that you are there, and that your experiences prove the world is real, you must act upon them again and again – otherwise, you will lose your status … and having no identity in the world is the end of you if you believe the world is real.

There is nothing real in a virtual world, so do not mistake the words in this article for the truth, but merely a suggestion to take off the goggle simulating a world, that is not there. This is, of course, a metaphor. That which is you is not covered by a simulated world in a set of goggles, but the belief, there is more than that which is one.

Super powers are not real. It is a fantasy and so is living in the now and any experience of being, consciousness, bliss and whatnot.

Super powers are not real. It is a fantasy and so is living in the now and any experience of being conscious, blissful and whatnot.

Enlightenment of that which is one* is not of a world where there seems to be more than one, so it cannot be experienced. To experience pure being, living in the now or anything else considered to be spiritual can be compared to having super powers in a virtual reality game. Like everything else in the game it is something you are tricked into believing is possible. There is no pure being, living in the now or anything spiritual in a world where there seems to be more than one.

The world is make-believe, that like a the trick of a magician appears to be real.

The world is make-believe, that like the trick of a magician appears to be real. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 2:
If you are not someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one you cannot understand the basis of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings – and if you are someone like that there is no need to understand anything.

Without the enlightenment of that which is one you have not ´seen´ that everything thing is unreal, so by reflex you will twist everything you see into the image you have already made of the world, which in one way or the other always is about the development of you and the world into being bigger in a better and/or higher way, but nothing Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are about improving what and where you appear to be. Instead, it is about phasing out the belief in being someone at all. See also hack 3.7 Phasing out the personality.

It seems that within your belief system, it is impossible to really know, that a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion. As there is no more than that which is one and as to know something requires more than one, Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings seems to confirm this.

For the same reason, however, this confirmation is also an illusion, and that brings us to the purpose of his duality hacks, that whether you are not someone who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one or not, it is possible to see that the world is make-believe.

The way you see the world is founded on how much you believe, what the outer senses seem to tell you*. If you like what they seem to reveal by all means, go on believing them and stop reading Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings. But if you do not like the world that the outer senses seem to prove is there, you could instead believe Alexius, who is to be compared to the enlightenment of that which is one, when he tells you it is not there.

As a world where there seems to be more than one according to Alexius is make-believe, so is, of course, his statement about this. Yet you cannot appear in such a world without believing in something, so it is totally up to you whether you to decide if it is beneficial to believe in the world presented by the outer senses or the undoing of it as shown through the hacks of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings.

A piece of soap is a helpful device, if you want to wash something away – and you can use it the way it fits your specific personality.

A piece of soap is a helpful device, if you want to wash something away – and it can be used in a way that fits your specific personality. The same applies to Alexius´ duality hacks. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings can be compared to a piece of soap, which has no power to do anything by itself – only in the hands of you does it become useful. In other words, you can use his duality hacks to wash away all your beliefs. They are by the way most effectively washed away by hack #2 Seeing symbols of life in the world. But if you do not like the smell of this one by all means try another flavour from his non-teachings or somewhere else.

If it makes you feel relieved relating to the world of the outer senses as an illusion, a natural consequence may be to have the belief in it completely undone. This, however, does not mean that you must follow Alexius or specific rules of his, because if the world is an illusion, so is follow anything in it. What it means is that in order to undo the belief in that which is not you by using that as it is, it may be beneficial to use the hack that this article is a part of, namely hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life or one of the other duality hacks.

Enlightenment is not a light, that lights up something, so you will not see or know more than before. Rather you will know, everything that can be seen does not exists.

Enlightenment of that which is one is not a light, that lights up something, so it will not result in you seeing or knowing more than before. Actually, the light is so bright that there is nothing to see. Hence you are nothing, and nobody knows, everything that can be seen is not real, because that which is one is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more that which cannot be seen. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 3:
It seems enlightenment is often understood to result in some kind of detachment or freedom from the world, that you have while still experiencing to be there. But this is a utopian fusion of oneness and a world where there seems to be more than one. It is just another state of mind, and it has nothing to do with the enlightenment of that which is one*.

This enlightenment does not make you free or detached from the world. It terminates merely the perception of that or anything else. It may, however, be more correct to say, that it ends the one believing to perceive something, and as the perceived is in the mind of the perceiver, it is terminated as well. The enlightenment of that which is one* does not replace the perceiver or the perceived with something else, as everything perceived is an illusion, so there is nothing to replace.

The enlightenment of that which is one simply states, there was or will be anything but the formlessness of that which is one, as it is formless and therefore endless.

The light in the enlightenment of that which is one is so bright, that there is nothing to see. The idea to be someone, who can see somebody else, is not even there. Yet it is in only the context of a world where there seems to be more than one, that this explanation may mean something. In reality it cannot be cannot be known what that which is one is, because it takes more than one to know something.

An explanation like this is only possible within the context of a world where there seems to be more than one. In that which is one, no explanation is possible, as it takes more than one to explain something. Not a problem though, because for the same reason, there is nobody in that which is one.

*) You can read about the enlightenment of that which is one in:

**) In hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation. You can read about how pretending to be what you are not, undoes the belief in being someone definitive.

The general concept of healing seems to be, that when being touched by the right hands, the body magically is healed. Ultimately speaking, this is the opposite of healing, because it confirms the sick belief that you are a person in a body. The healing of this belief is, ultimately speaking, the only cure needed. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

NOTE: HEALING
Most seem to consider healing to be about fixing aspects of the body or the mind, but not about healing the cause of all sickness, namely the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. This healing does not come from a magic hand or anything else a world defined by time and space – but from the enlightenment of that which is one.

NOTE: HACK #2.3 LIFE IS FLAT
In this hack – just like in the others – the words liferealityone perpetual present, eternal now, formless, endless, spirit, non-duality, one, oneness and that which is one, in general, are different words for the same, namely that which cannot be defined by time and space but simply is that which is.

That which is life is formless, so, compared to a world defined by time and space, it is flat and takes up no space. The formlessness of life cannot manifest a world defined by time and space, because formlessness is endless, so it has no outside and therefore no inside. In other words, as there is nothing outside it as well as inside of it, a world defined by time and space is make-believe. There is no life in it, neither so-called spiritual parts of it as love, auras, god, astral worlds and whatnot.

NOTES:

How to end the belief in being someone definitive

It takes two to experience this pic. The experienced and the one experiencing it, so seeing this pic, you have made a choice not to be one. To be one, you need to not make a choice.

As it takes more than one to experience this image, you only seem to experience it, because you have made and continuously uphold a choice to not be separated from that which is one. This requires much effort, whereas not being more than one takes no effort, as that does not call for a choice because there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
You cannot do anything to be that which is one. Actually, you cannot be that or anything else, because it takes more than one to be anything and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

»The snow goose need not bathe to make itself white – neither need you do anything to be yourself.« old Chinese saying.

In other words, there is nothing to choose, so if you think you have chosen to read this article, you are mistaken.

The application of hack 2.3 Choosing or not facilitates the correction of your mistake by pointing out that even though you within the context of your mistake do not have the power to change this article, you can choose to change your perception of it. Likewise, you do not have the power to change the world but your perception of it. Consequently, you can choose to perceive it in a way that makes you happy.

But as there ultimately is no choice since there is no more than that which is one, you choose that which is one by choosing not to choose. This will automatically make you go with the stream of thoughts as it flows from the brain until the very end, and there does not appear to be something hiding that which is one anymore. You can read about going the flow of thoughts in hack #4.2 The basic self versus the special one.

Returning to that which is one is not about following spaced out ideas about astral energies, for example, as doing so dissociates you from feeling the despair that it entails to choose being separated from that which is one. But it is about feeling this despair and being inspired to not uphold this choice.

Choosing to perceive everything as symbols of that which is one will not change the appearances of the world. But as they all symbolise the same, their apparent difference makes no difference. Hence believing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one makes no sense. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

How not to choose?
You do not perceive the world for what it is, but for what you want it to be. And as you want to be someone definitive, you judge the apparent difference between it and you to make a difference. As this judgment is based on the belief in separation and suffering is its buddy, what you want does not make you feel good.

But perceiving all appearances in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one. Their apparent difference does not appear to make a difference. Consequently,  there is nothing to uphold the belief in separation, so its buddy, suffering, is gone.

In other words, while you seem to be in a world of choices, it is beneficial to make a choice to perceive everything in the world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one. This choice leads to no choice because the apparent differences in the world make no difference when they all are perceived as a symbol for the same.

This is not to say, that you from now on should avoid choosing or be careful only to decide what is right, because if you have chosen to perceive what you appear to be as a symbol of that which is one, your choice does not make a difference, since whatever you choose symbolises the same.

Everything in the world has an end, but that which is life has no end. Consequently there is no life in the world.

Everything in a world defined by time and space has an end, but that which is life has no end because it is formless and therefore endless. Hence there is no life in a world defined by time and space. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 2:
If you play a game like Monopoly it makes no difference if you profit on others or try to help them. There is no real money to get or lose. You follow the dice and go where it leads you. That is all. No matter what philosophy you fancy, you are still following the way of the outer senses*, because only those senses can see a way in the game. There are, however, many ways of perceiving the way, but that is the content of another sub duality hack, namely hack #1.3 You cannot change the world, but you can change your perception of it.

Just like it makes no difference what colour your car has in the world of Monopoly, it makes no difference how your personality is coloured in a world defined by time and space. No matter if it appears so-called spiritually or mundane, the senses used to have this experience have to follow one of the ready-made paths defined by time and space, that though they all seem to lead to different places all lead to Rome, as the saying goes. And Rome is just as illusionary as anything else in a world encapsulated by time and space

So to quit the game of being someone in a world defined by time and space, you do not have to make yourself purer, lovingly, high or anything else in such a world in order to follow a special path out of it. All that is needed is to undo the belief, that you are someone there.

*) You can read about the deception of the outer senses in hack #6-7.1 From the inner senses through a black hole into that which is one and hack #6-7.3 The inner senses, the enlightenment of that which is one and glimpses of it.

NOTE: LIFE, ENDINGS AND HACKS
This is the end of hack #2.2 Choosing or not. It is not the end of life though. As it is formless it never ends. That is why a world defined by time and space is lifeless. Life can be compared to electricity. Although it makes it possible to experience this article on an electronic media, it is not in the article.

Hence everything in this article is as lifeless as the reader of it. If you want to be where life is, the belief in being someone definitive have to be undone. But neither this article or anything else in the world has the power to undo this belief for you because it is your belief.

If you need time to process Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings, you believe to be special, because time is required to exclude everything from your perception of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings so it seems to confirm how special you are.

No worries. Since it is you who have chosen this belief, you are perfectly able to undo it yourself. That is if you do not do it in your own way and speed since only the special self (read more about that here) has its own way. Hence you may choose to use the duality hacks to do that for you.

Fear is just a four letter word

Feelings confirm you as a living being within a capsule of time and space. It is fearful though to be stuck in a capsule, and if you also fear leaving it, you will look for lasting happiness there, but never find it, as time and space is an illusion built on the idea, there must be more than that which is formless and non-tangible.

Feelings confirm you to be alive in a capsule of time and space. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Sometimes the weather is rainy and at other times sunny. Though thoughts of rain may seem heavier than those of sunshine, all kinds of thoughts are fleeting, so the apparent heaviness of specific thoughts will not remain. That is if you have no need to feel the world.

If you want to experience yourself as a real person in a real world, you need to feel it, so in this context, heavy thoughts are preferable – especially if they are justified by something.

By concluding that the thoughts, you seemed to have while it was raining, was caused by the rain, you project them onto something perceived as a substance, and that rubs off on the thoughts regarding the rain. They seem to become a substance you can feel – and feeling the rain, you know the world has done something to you. Hence the conclusion seems to be that you and the world must be real.

Although the feeling that is produced when the body is touched, is nothing but a construction of thoughts compiled in the brain, you believe this proves the body to be real and hence that you exist as someone definitive.

Whatever thoughts are passing by regarding the rain, if you use them to justify something in relation to the rain, they will turn into feelings, and they will be painful in one way or the other.

Thoughts that are passing by regarding the rain turn into something you interpret as feelings if you, for example, fall on a slippery road or simply just imagine it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

To make the feeling of being someone who is getting wet from rain even more substantial, you may search your memory for a similar event. Let us say, you remember how you stumbled and broke your leg one rainy day in the past. The thoughts of anger that passed by that day, you did not like, so you excluded them from what you experienced to be you by justifying the authorities who had not put up a warning sign about the slippery road. Read more about excluding thoughts and feelings by defending them with the world in hack #3 Not being exclusive but inclusive.

The conversion of thoughts into feelings
Remembering the essence of this past event, namely that you are a victim of sources outside of yourself, will help you to justify your thoughts in the present with something outside of you that seems to be substantial, so that thoughts about it turn into a more tangible form. And as the past feeling of anger was justified by the authorities, whom you blamed for having caused your broken leg, the present emotion is not felt but rather conceptualised by judging it to be something unpleasant caused by somebody else.

Being a victim of bad things outside of yourself, you can define yourself as good and others as bad. Some do it the other way around, but that does not matter. What matters is, that you are defined as someone specific because then you are someone definitive in a real world, that can be felt like a substantial body and feeling it seems to confirm, your existence, although it is nothing but a construction of thoughts. This also applies also to feelings of love and whatnot.

To make long short, in the context of the above story of a broken leg you have stored feelings of sadness in your leg, and you have a short fuse regarding authorities, whom you blame for this. So because of how you have chosen to perceive the past, even a light shower or a mild reprimand may trigger the old feelings stored in your legs. It hurts, but it is also comforting, as feelings confirm you are alive.

Feeling the world may sometimes seem so intense and real, that you look for ways to lessen feelings you do not like with alcohol, meditation, prayer, chanting, food, television, shopping and whatnot.

The purpose, however, is still to feel that you exist, and in this you can never succeed, because it takes more than one to exist and there is no more than that which is one, since it is formless and therefore endless.

Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Your identification depends on feelings. Without them, you do not seem to exist, so even if you consult a healer, you do not want to be healed, because without feelings you cannot experience yourself to be someone definitive. You only want the feelings of discomfort to hurt less or cause fewer problems. See also the article That which is faster than the speed of light.

More about the substance of feelings in hack #8.3 Feelings are thoughts constructed to appear as if they are tangible.

The deconstruction of thoughts
No healing can help you as long as you want to remain a person in the world – and as long as you seem to be in the world, you want to be a person. That is why you appear to be there. Fortunately, there are ways to hack this where you can have your cake and eat it too.

Some suggest forgiveness as a way to deal with the world. Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings have several other hacks to deal with the world and at the same time undo the belief in it, for example pretending to be someone definitive in the world instead of believing to be a person there (hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive) – or to perceive everything as symbols as that which is life (hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life).

Anyway, out of an illusion is an illusion, so whatever way out of it that seems beneficial to you can be used to undo this illusion. Best to follow a way though, of one who knows, it is an illusion, since you are not going anywhere, as that which is you is no different from that which is one, and it takes more than one to go somewhere. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Thoughts are fleeting, so to think you are someone definitive is not painful, but to project this thought onto a body in order to feel as if you exist is very painful, because feelings have an end, and so you know what you appear is gonna end.

These ways make it more comfortable to appear as if you are someone definitive, while the thought system behind the belief that it is possible to be someone at all is being undone. None of those ways, though are the right way, because there is no way. If there were, the world would be real and not an illusion, so while you appear to be in this illusion, it makes no difference what way you choose or if you any.

Although fear is not comfortable, it will always makes you feel as if you are alive. But it is someone who has no life, who needs to feel it. That which is life cannot be felt, because there is nothing else than that, and so there is no way to feel it. No worries. That which is life is content by being everything.

To perceive everything as symbols of that which is life ((hack #2.1-2 To see symbols of life in the world and Everything experienced is a symbol of life) may be the fastest way. But then again, time is an illusion.

There is nothing to learn in the world, because just like in a dream you are not there.

It is hack is so easy to implement because forgetting to do it is just another symbol of that which is life, so you do not have to be a good student. A bad student is also a symbol of that which is life. You do not even need a teacher because there is nothing to learn or accomplish.

You do need to follow something that is not perceived to be of your own and in your own speed because only what is not real has something of its own.

The less you care about your appearance in the world. the less there is to fear This pic is grabbed from cyberspace.

The less you care about your appearance in the world. The less there is to be and therefore, to fear. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

APPENDIX:
Love is not something we are born with. It is a state of mind that we have learned to fabricate by bringing flowers or whatever we imagine is perceived as love. But fear is what we are born with because it is frightening to appear as if you are someone definitive in a capsule of time and space.

The idea of love, however, is an enhancement of fear, because, for love to appear, there needs to be more than one, and when there is more than one there is separation, which is scaring. The same applies to be spiritual – or being something at all.

A world where there seems to be more than one is an abstraction of that which is one, and as that which is you is not an abstraction but that which is one, you are not in such a world.

That which is one is not in a world where there seems to be more than one
There is no spiritual journey in a world where there seems to be more than one, even though such a world can only be experienced because of spirituality – just like that even though your electronic media is what makes it possible to read this, it is not in what you read. Actually, it appears to be hidden by this article like that which is one appears to be hidden by your experience of a world where there seems to be more than one.

The experience of such a world is based on the imagination, that it is possible to separate oneness into bits and pieces defined by time and space. What needs to be imagined though is not real, so the imagination of a world encapsulated by time and space is dismissed the moment it is conceived.

In other words: There is no solution to fear because there is no definable world and never was. The moment you accept that, you do not know of fear as something you feel. This applies to love or any other feeling as well. This is not something you choose to accept, because choosing is based on the idea that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Neither is it something you let happen, as that is based on the belief in being someone definitive.

When you just do not give a shit and could not care less about what and where you appear to be there, the world does not seem to have a hold on you anymore. Well as it does not exist, it never had. It is you who hold onto your idea of a world encapsulated by time and space. Just like it is you who identify yourself with the world of a movie. But the world in the movie does not exist, and what does not exist cannot empower you – unless you take part in it, as if it is real.

NOTE: This article is part of hack 2.3 Choosing or not.

SH What is life?

Most will know, that what you see in this image is not a man and a woman, but symbols of man and woman. Most also know, that the color or the look of the symbols in no way resembles actual men and woman. Unfortunately very few know, that all what they seem to experience in the world of duality is not real, but symbols of that which is, although the symbols in no way resembles that which is life.

Most know, that what you see in this image is not a man and a woman, but symbols of it. Most also know that the colour or the look of the symbols in no way resembles actual men and woman. Unfortunately very few know, that all that they experience in a world where there seems to be more than one is not real, but symbols of that which is, although the symbols in no way resemble that which is one. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

What is life? This question was asked at the beginning of hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life, that this article is part of, but so far it has not been answered. The reason is very simple. As life is the formlessness of oneness and therefore endless, there is no more than that which is one, and as it takes more than one to answer the question, it cannot be answered.

But as we appear to be in a world where there is more than one and Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings operates within this context here at the end of hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life the answer is that life is one perpetual present. This answer, unfortunately, has no meaning in a world where the present is considered to be a point squeezed in between the past and future. Even within the concept of such a world, this point is an illusion, as everything experienced as if it now consists of various images from the past.

Beginning of dinner.

The graphic is grabbed from the web.

A knife can be used in many ways – for instance in the kitchen to prepare nourishing food. But it can also be used to prepare junk food, that, even though its flavour may excite you, will not nourish you. Furthermore it can even be used for killing. Likewise the illusion of the world can be used to undo your belief in it. But it can also use it to enhance your belief in it, by pumping you up with all sorts of junk, so that you appear to be and have more than that which is one.

Everything that has an end is an illusion because that which is real has no end. Illusions though has to be powered by something, and as that which is life is all there is, it must be the power making it possible for illusions appear as if they are real. But just like electricity is not in a room illuminated due to it, the power of life is not in an illusion empowered by it.

A_cup_of_tea_3_by_JunKarlo

The duality hacks in Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are just as illusionary as anything else in a world where there seems to be more than one, but if one or more of them seem to be your cup of tea by all means go for them. Doing so both the illusion of Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings and the world where they appear to will be undone – or rather the belief that you appear as someone ithere. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

As there is nothing real in a world where there seems to be more than one, hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life is of course also an illusion. But as the application of it undoes the belief in such a world, it can be used as your way back to the formlessness of oneness.

This is not to suggest, that you have your own way. There is no way out of a world where there seems to be more than one, as there is no more than that which is one. But as it feels good perceiving everything believing to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which is one you may as well go down that road if you belive to be someone there, because it does not matter what way you go, when you see everything as a symbol of the same.

Alexius is nothing but another symbol of that which is one. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

EPILOGUE:
When I watch the world, a voice inside of me reacts to everything, by saying foolish things about it. Yet it is those foolish ideas that make a world where there seems to be more than one appears to be real.

It seems this voice has a will of its own, but that is not so. It is me and nobody else, who have asked it to monitor everything like this in order to confirm me as someone definitive there. As I do not find that exciting anymore but quite boring, I have given it another command, which is to always say, that everything perceived is another symbol of that which cannot be perceived, as it takes more than one to perceive something, namely that which is one.

To keep this command in place I write my non-teachings so that I constantly am reminding both you and me, that since that which is one is formless it is endless. Thus there is no more than that which is one.

A world where there seems to be more than one is therefore just a fantasy, and when nothing in it is judged to be ugly or beautiful, everything is just like clouds of empty space. And though I do not know the oneness that those clouds symbolise, because it takes more than one to know something, it feels great that just are symbols, as that means their apparent difference does not make a difference, and so there do not appear to be more than one.

Kind regards
Alexius

NOTE: This article is an epilogue to hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life.

A world where there seems to be more than one is nowhere because oneness is everywhere

That you see a waitress here is not real. It is a simulation – a symbol of her and the beach café, where she works.

There is nobody in this photo. It is a simulation of somebody on a beach, which is a fantasy because oneness is formless and therefore endless so there is no more than that which is one. Since the illusion, therefore, only is possible because of oneness, it is a positive confirmation of it. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Since oneness is formless and therefore endless, the appearance of you as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion. If you, however, choose to believe it is real, you better give it your best shot appearing as if you are someone there. This acknowledges the choice to be yours, which means you you can choose to have it undone, for example by perceiving every experience of a world where there seems to be more than one as a symbol of that which is one.

Oneness will never know if you do this because it does not know, you believe to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one. Just like – in the context of this belief – nature does not know, the world in which you pretend to be when playing a video game.

In other words, oneness does not know you are dreaming about ing to that which is one because you have never left it. That is not possible because there is no more than that which is one. But while you dream about more than one, you can undo the dream by not imagining being linked with anybody but with that which makes it possible to experience somebody. The dream, therefore, becomes a symbol of oneness that reminds you, there is no more than that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

You can never die because that which is you is no different from the oneness of life – and life contains no death. Yet you can imagine being someone who dies. This imagination though is only possible because you are that which is life, and the vision does not change that. Nothing can change, that you are the oneness of life because it is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than life.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

This selfie of Alexius is not a manifestation of him. He is not in the photo. Likewise, he is not in the world, where we experience to be. Our experience is fake because it takes more than one to experience something, and there is no more than that which is one. For the same reason, fakeness is only possible due to oneness. Acknowledging that, every experience is a symbol of that which is not fake. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Since life is that which is one, there is no life in a world where there seems to be more than one. Thus believing to be in such a world is a rejection of life. No worries. You can have this belief undone by acknowledging your resistance to oneness.

Whatever you do out of resistance to something, you do because of that, so by ratifying your resistance to oneness, you acknowledge it.

Everything that you believe to see, hear, feel and/or taste as something substantial is a denial of life because it does not manifest itself in a significant way, nor in any other way. Life is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than the formlessness of life.

This, fortunately, turns your rejection of life into a confirmation of it because nothing else than life makes it possible to deny it.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

This article is not a manifestation of Alexius. He is not in it. However, in the context of a world where there seems to be more than one, the experience of the article is a symbol of him because he has made it possible to read it.

Likewise, the experience of a world where there seems to be more than one is a symbol of that which is one, because there is no more than oneness since it is formless and therefore endless, so nothing else can cause it.

This, of course, is a metaphor. Oneness is not caused by something, nor does it produce anything, as that calls for more than one. Nevertheless, when believing to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one, the assumption that such a world is a symbol of that which is one is an excellent way to undo the belief in being there.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

This pic is manipulated. It is fragments of three pics added together. The dolphin is a separate pic, my son another and the background a third one. It was possible to do this fabrication, because of the power I have as a person in the world. You can say, that the pic symbolizes this power of mine, which again is a symbol of the life, that makes it possible for me to appear, as if I have any power.

This image is a break up of three different pictures. The dolphin is from one photo, the person another and the background a third one. It was possible to fabricate this illusion because of the power Alexius has to manipulate the pixels that make up a photo. The image, therefore, symbolises his power, which again symbolises that which makes it possible for him to appear as if he has any power, namely that which is life. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

You cannot perceive something as a symbol of that which is one if you suppress what it makes you feel. In other words, seeing a world where there seems to be more than one as a symbol of that which is one is not a method to deny the unpleasant feelings the experience of being in such a world may provoke. However, feeling them as they are and not as you want them to be, you can deal with a panic attack, for example, as it is instead of trying to escape it. Thus you are able to adapt yourself to it like you do to rainy weather by wearing a raincoat and, therefore, not get pissed.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

No reason to control, stop or deny the thoughts popping up. They can only be experienced because of that which is one. The refusal of them, therefore, is a rejection of oneness.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Just like the appearances in a dream may be experienced as physical, even though there is nothing in a dream, it may appear as there is life is in a world where there seems to be more than one, although there is absolutely nothing there.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When you do not try to escape the emptiness of the world by filling it with something that seems to make you complete, the void you experience reveals you are are not in a world where there seems to be more than one. Just like you are not in the world of all these letters, and there is nothing in between them that combines them into something real.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Your role is to appear as a person defined by time and space. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen. To give it your best shot is so fulfilling.

Your role in the reality show of a world where there seems to be more than one is to appear as you are someone definitive there. You better give it your best shot, because you cannot leave the show before you get the prize for being the best. This you get when you think everybody loves your performance. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

A world defined by time and space is to be compared to a game in which your role is to be someone definitive somewhere specific. You better play your part as best as you can because you are going to get awarded in the end. The judge, however, is not the director, nor the others, but you! And the ending is when you do not perceive thoughts and feelings as something that establish you as someone definitive but instead as symbols of that which makes it possible to play the game, namely the formlessness of oneness.

Since you can only give what you have and you cannot recognise something you do not contain, what you give and receive is what you are made of while appearing to be someone. Consequently, you are not a victim of the deep state, digital tracing, climate changes, capitalism, radiation from 5G or whatnot.

Only you need to know this perception sets you free from the imprisonment of being someone definitive in a world defined by time and space because this world is in the eye of the beholder. That does not mean it actually is inside of you. You are nothing but empty space. Your appearance as someone definitive somewhere specific is a fantasy created by the brain and stored there as well. And so is your perception of it. Read more about that here.

This can be compared to a computer where an app has been installed. You can use it in the way it is made to be operated. But you cannot change it – only how you perceive it. In the context of the experiences of a world defined by time and space that you get from the brain, you save the perception of them filed in each their own way in your head. And just like when you save something on your computer in a special place, you get the feeling that something substantial has been stored deep inside.

But that is an illusion. There is nothing that can be perceived as material on the hard disk where your work on the computer is stored. It is nothing but ones and zeros spread all over the place in a chaotic way. Likewise, there is nothing in the brain organised in the way you perceive to be meaningful. The brain is one higgledy-piggledy of abstract thoughts. Read more about that here.

If this sense of accomplishing something physical when storing your memories is perceived as a symbol of that which is one, the memories upholding you as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one do not seem to be substantial, and you, therefore, unsubstantial. Hence there does not appear to be a world outside of the formlessness of oneness that can be defined by time and space.

Without life you could not see part of this pic in dark and part of it in light. Life is the only reason for both the dark and light part.

Without life, you could not see either the dark or the light part of this image. Thus life is the only reason for both darkness and light appearances in the world. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

The world and everything that appears to be there is an illusion, but it is powered by something, namely that which is real.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Good health is great to have while appearing to be in a world where there seems to be more than one, but better than that is to know that good and bad is the same. Both conditions are symbols of that which makes it possible to experience a world where there seems to be more than one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

When everything experienced is perceived as a symbol of that which cannot be understood, namely that which is one, there is no need to understand anything.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

The essence of the world is not life, because a world where there seems to be more than one is an illusion and life is real. An illusion, however, is only possible to experience because of that which is real. So if you know, the world is an illusion, that only can be experienced because of life, you recognise that everything experienced is a symbol of life.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Continuously choosing to perceive the appearances in a world where there seems to be more than one as symbols of that which makes it possible to experience more than one, even though that is an illusion, all the apparent differences of the appearances make no difference because they all symbolise the oneness of life.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

A body, that is used to make a person real, is not happy, neither is the mind, because it knows, no matter how much it tries to fix things, the person will end, when the body cannot be fixed anymore. A happy body however is not in the way for the mind, as the mind has nothing to fix, and therefore can do, what it does best, namely to follow its attraction to the light, which is of the world but of that which is one eternal now.

A body that is used to make you appear real is not happy because you will cry when the body ends. But if the body is used to symbolise the formlessness oneness, it is pleased because formlessness is endless, so when the body ends what which it symbolises goes on forever. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If you search hard enough for a specific appearance that can make you feel satisfied, you most certainly will find one. But in your quest for perfection, you probably encounter more appearances, that is perceived to be to be imperfect.

In a world of duality, everything comes in pairs, so there is no beauty without the beast. That is unless you look for the beauty of that which cannot be seen, namely non-duality. This, however, cannot be seen in a world of duality, nor anywhere else because it takes more than one to see something and non-duality is that which is one.

In other words, only what is not real can be seen. But as it only seems to be there because of that which is real, it symbolises non-duality. When you do not forget this, all experiences in a world of duality is a confirmation of non-duality.

This does not mean that you will realise non-duality. It cannot be recognised since it takes more than one to do so. But it can be realised that there is no more than that which is one because perceiving everything as a symbol of oneness, the apparent differences in a world where there seems to be more than one do not make a difference.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Listening to music, you probably go for the beats if you feel stressed and the flute if you feel relaxed. But if you are into what makes it possible to listen to this, they sound the same. Not in a sense that you do not notice the difference between drums and flute but that it is not perceived to make a difference because they are heard as s symbol of that which is one.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Without oneness, it is not possible to imagine being separated. But since oneness is formless and therefore endless, there is no more than that which is one. Consequently, there is no fantasy about separation because it takes more than one to imagine something. In other words, this article is an illusion.

Far from Home

This is a pic from the late evening on the island, where I stay nowadays. It would be plain stupid to wear a warm sweater, as I would do in my native country in the evening. Everything differs from the memory of life, that I have from my home.

This is an image from a late evening on the island, where Alexius stays nowadays. Everything there differs from the memory of the life that he has from his native country, where he definitely would have had to wear a warm sweater on an evening this time of the year – but it would be plain stupid to do that where he appears to be now. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
The native country of Alexius is Denmark, but nowadays he mostly stays on an island close to Africa. So if he wants to enjoy the moment, as it appears to be there, he has to forget about the ways of Denmark, which are quite minimalistic, and instead convert to the more maximalistic way of the island. He also has to adapt to a new language, change to a new currency and adjust to many other things. Even though he seems to be good at that and having fun doing it, deep inside, he is still Danish and sometimes feels like he is far from home.

This is not to say that one country is better than the other. It is a metaphor to illustrate, that if you are reading this, you are not in a spiritual but a physical world and the currency of spirituality is, therefore, useless. You need tangible food, clothes and friends to survive there.

You can, of course, choose not to do that and return to the formlessness of non-duality. But as long as you appear to be someone in a world of duality, by all means, go for the physicality of it. There is nothing to lose. That which is you is still formless and non-dual and will always be, even though it for some time seems to be a substantial being far from home in a physical world.

When the apparent difference between what you like and dislike does not make a difference, the belief in duality is being undone.

Besides, you do not need to return home. You have never left it. That is not possible since oneness is formless and therefore endless, so there is no more than that which is one. Hence it is only the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one, that needs to be undone.

Metaphorically speaking, it is as if you from non-duality stream a fictional video of duality. You pretend to be someone in it, and due to artificial sensors its is felt to be real.

When what and where you experiece to be is something you pretend, each moment is entertaining. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Applying the duality hacks, you do not have to strugle for satisfaction. there is nothing you need to improve or refrain from because they sync with the moment as it is and not how you think it should be. In other words, they do not fulfil your dreams. On the contrary. All dreams must be called.

When you remember to forget them, you are in sync with the moment as it is. This happens automatically if you pretend to be someone because then there is noone to dream about a better future.

When the fictional video is finished, you play it over and over again, until you are satisfied with the way you perceive your appearance. When this is accomplished, you forget all about streaming, and that there ever was a video. Actually, there never was. The video and the duality it seems to reflect is make-believe.

Playing the video, again and again, in the hope that it gets better, is as harmless as believing Santa Claus will bring you present. So there is no reason not to enjoy the excitement of the belief, while it lasts. Especially when you start to grasp, it is a deception.

That sets you free to go enjoy it as a magic show in which you respond with love and compassion, cry in desperation or whatever intuitively pops up at the moment, just like you automatically respond by returning a ball coming your way.

To conclude: As long as you appear to be someone in a world of duality give it your best shot. If anything is skipped, chances are you want to keep on playing the game until you get it right. When everything is done, you are undone as someone in a world of duality.

INTERLUDE:
You cannot prove an illusion is real. That is why neither scientist, philosophers or those believing in the idea of an almighty God have not been able to explain the creation of the universe. Neither can you prove the world is unreal because nothing unreal can be seen from that which is real. Actually, nothing can be seen at all, because reality is that which is one and it takes more than one to see something. For the same reason, whatever you realise or prove is wrong, as it takes more than one to understand or verify something.

In Spain – like in any other country – you spend a long time learning the rules of interacting, so that you can pretend to be a person there and therefore be acknowledge to be real. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

In Spain – like in any other country – you spend a long time learning the rules of interacting so that you know how to act as if you are Spanish and therefore is acknowledged by others as somebody instead of nobody. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 2:
It takes time to learn to pretend to be a specific person. When Alexius was a child, he learned how to pretend to be a Danish person in a cold climate. Nowadays, he is learning how to pretend to be a Spanish person in a warm environment because that is where he seems to be.

He is learning to pretend to be a person who speaks loud, shouts at waiters, enjoys having breakfast in a bar around 11AM, thinks 8PM is too early for dinner and does not say ´thank you´. Also, he is learning to pretend to be a person who greets a woman by kissing them on both cheeks and who is not politically correct but says nigger and mix things in non-established ways.

These are some of the things, that seems to define a Spanish person in the public room – at least as seen from the perspective of someone formerly conditioned to be a Danish.

Suffice to say is that every country has its own definition of how to be in their part of the world, and if you want to be acknowledged as if you are somebody there, you must pretend to be someone who lives by the local rules

This also applies to smaller groups of people – even in a love relation, where the amount of love you seem to get depends on how good you are in pretending to be and have what the other one needs.

It is not possible for that which is you to feel happy or sad because it takes more than one to feel something and that which is you is no different from that which is one. But imagining to be in a world where there seems to be more than one it is, however, it seems possible to feel happy or sad.

Fortunately, the apparent difference between these or any other contrasting feelings does not make a difference, when the one who appears to feel them is someone you pretend to be.

Pretending to be someone definitive instead of believing to be one does not mean that everything will work out in the way you expect. But it means that when something does not work out as planned and a feeling of sadness pops by, it does not feel wrong because it is something you pretend to feel. That which is you is not sad. Neither anything else, because it is no different from that which is one, and it takes more than one to be anything.

If you, on the other hand, believe to be someone specific, for example a Danish person, you will judge many things in other countries to be wrong and feel that people there, and not you, must change. Fortunately, this is not so for Alexius. He has fun pretending to be what and where he is not.

Holding back ejaculation is just another material manifestation – but without the physical thrill of it

No matter if you call it love or sex, those emotions will have aphysical manifestation.

No matter if you call it love or sex, in a material world, those emotions have a physical expression. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
Will a computer become anything else than that, just because you do not turn it on? No. It remains the same. And a leg, for example, remains physical even though you deny using parts of it.

Will a flower seed become a carrot seed, if you plant it among carrots? No. You are fooling yourself.

Will the instincts that result in a hard penis, become anything else than what they are, if you try to withhold the ejaculation? No. You are just avoiding the relief of going with the flow.

Trying to change or transcend something enhances the the belief that it is possible to be and have more than that which is one.

You may think that using tantra and similar techniques to hold back ejaculation results in a spiritual transformation. On the contrary. By denying the body the pleasure of letting go, you enhance the belief, that physicality is something and spirituality is nothing.

Besides, it is only in a world where there seems to be more than one that change is possible, and spirituality is that which is one. Since it is formless and therefore endless, a world where there seems to be more than one, therefore, is an illusion. In other words, changes seem to establish the fantasy of being someone in a world where there seems to be more than one as real and that which is one as unreal. Read more about tantra in Peace is all there is when you do not believe in something.

Since spirituality is formless, it is endless. Consequently, you are either spiritual or nothing. The latter is the case if you appear to have a shape. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

If you do not believe to be someone in a physical world, you do not want to change, transcend or transform anything there. Nor to stop yourself from the thrill of having a physical orgasm. It is as unreal as Santa Claus bringing presents to all the good children. Yet it is fun pretending to be physical (read more about that here).

In the framework of this game, it is the nature of physics that the sun warm makes you warm and water makes you wet. No degree of personal control can change that. Nor can it changed physical needs. And since nobody has forced you into this game of being somebody, it is evident that you want to participate. So why not honour your desire and give it your best shot?

If you give it your best shot as someone in a world where there seems to be more than one you are surprised because what you get is nothing. Being astonished, though, requires more than one and without something to hide there is no more than that which is one, this is not possible to, nor to believe you are someone.

When you pursue your physical desire for sex in a tangible and horny way, the physical thrill of an orgasm is incredible. Especially because it is extended by the empty breath that makes the whole body quiver of joy, so you feel revitalised and not emptied after ejaculation. If that, by the way, is triggered by fantasy or something perceived to be real does not matter. It is all make-believe.

Read more about the empty breath in hack #5.3 ´The empty breath´ and the bliss of not believing to be someone.

APPENDIX:
Sex is such a deep desire that it must be an essential motivation for believing it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Since this illusion, therefore, is founded on that which is one, an orgasm should not be stopped but enjoyed as a positive confirmation of oneness.

All thoughts are meaningless

What is the sound of a rooster?

What is the sound of a rooster? Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
Thoughts are not, what they seem to be. They are rather movements of frequencies without any specific. If you have not spent time learning how to translate these frequencies into something that can be felt as if it has a substance, you would not be able to experience yourself as someone definitive in a world defined by time and space. In other words, without translating meaningless frequencies into thoughts, that seems to have a meaning, the world as you believe it to be would not appear to be there.

It is only due to certain translations that frequencies can be perceived as if they are separated thoughts with each their own meaning and importance – including the idea of you as someone with your own thoughts and feelings separated from what you perceive to be outside of you. But these translations are not a fact but make-believe that seems to work within a particular framework.

What is the sound of a rooster?
In Alexius native language, Danish, a rooster says Kykliky.
In Hindi: Kuk-rook-koo.
In German: Kikerikie.
In Tagalog: Tik-tila-ok
In French: Cocoricooooo
In Swedish: Kuckeliku
In the East-End vernacular: Kay-Eff-See.
In Spain, where he appears to be nowadays, it says Kiri-kiri-ki. But he still hears Kykliky, since that is what he was conditioned to hear while growing up in Denmark.

The symbol of death is white in China , and black in the western world. Although death is the same all over the world, different cultures fabricate different interpretations of it. And  they may even fight about which fabricated ´reality´ is the right one.

You cannot cut your head off and see what you think. There are no thoughts inside it.

You may try to find familiar forms in this pic, so it becomes meaningful to you. But there´s no meaning in this pic. Like everything else on a computer it consists only of zeros and ones, so if you see something else,

You may try to find familiar forms in this image so that it becomes meaningful to you. Yet the image has no meaning. Just like everything else on a computer, it consists only of zeros and ones, so if you see something specific, you are fabricating an image by attributing different combinations of zeros and ones with each their own specific meaning. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

Lost in translation
If we had not learned to interpret the letters in this article as a particular language, namely English, they would have seemed just as meaningless as the sound from a construction building, a rooster or an unlearned language. Actually, even though we have learned a language, we cannot hear or see it. Ears do not hear, just like eyes, they translate. What we think, hear and see are meaningless frequencies until they are translated by our brain into something that seems meaningful. See also Where to find the bliss of ´the empty breath´.

There is no conclusion to this. That would just be another attempt to have meaningless frequencies translated into something that seems smart. And so is trying to stop thoughts, thinking positive, changing the world and whatnot. Thoughts or no thoughts, positive or negative, change or not – it is all a make-believe.

Those who have heard gurus asked questions like ´who am I?´ may ask, who is it that read this article. But there is no answer to questions like that, because reality is that which is one, and it takes more than one to be someone. Thus it is not possible.

What you pretend to be you are not
That being said, you are free to choose any belief and appear accordingly. However, pretending to be ´there´ is all you can do in a world defined by time and space. Just like in the context of such a world, you cannot be in the world of Monopoly, for example. You can only pretend to be ´there´.

If you have forgotten, that which is you is not different from that which is one, you will remember it by pretending to be someone definitive in a world defined by time and space, because what you pretend to be you are not. Read more about this in hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation.

Not so many years ago the assumption was I think therefore I am. Nowadays it has changed to I get likes, therefore I am. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 2:
I think, therefore I am
is a famous sentence by Descartes, that seems to indicate, there must be a thinking entity, a self, for there to be a thought. Nowadays, however, this idea is about to be replaced with I likes, therefore I am, as what you likes on Facebook turn you into someone definitive in the world of Facebook.

The thoughts that are expressed on Facebook are, in general, well-chosen so that they seem to paint a picture of you as an exciting person. The same applies to likes. What you write and likes are meant to construct a personality as if you are in charge of who you are.

But in the case of likes, it is nothing but the algorithm of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and whatnot, that decides who you are. Based on your likes, machines will determine your personality and automatically post advertisements directed especially to this personality. If you believe what they reflect, you appear to be a real person. The same applies if you fight this reflection.

Beliefs are only possible in a world, where there appear to be more than one, because you need more than one thought to believe a thought is real.

But neither likes or thoughts have any effect if you do not perceive them to be important. The appearance of you in the world only seems to be real, because you want to believe that thoughts and/or likes mean something important. Without this perception, the world and the person you appear to be there will fall apart, and only what does not need to be believed, namely that which is one, is left ´standing´.

You cannot cut your head off and see what you think. There are no thoughts inside it.

NOTE: This is article is part of hack #1.1 What and where you appear to be is make-believe.

No wrongdoings are possible by way of the Duality Hacks

You may play a game where you pretend that a doll is alive. And you may have fun doing. But if you start to believe the game is real, the fun is over. Likewise, when you pretend to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one because there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 1:
There is no truth to find in a world where there seems to be more than one, including Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings because it takes more than one to find something and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

Since it takes also requires more than one to understand something, the above cannot be recognised, nor read, if not pretending to be someone in a world where there seems to be more than one – just like one, within the context of such a world, pretends to be in the virtual world of a game.

Pretending to be someone in a virtual world, you do not look for the truth, freedom or anything else but the fun of pretending to be there.

The amusement, however, is over when pretending to be there is replaced by believing to be there because then you continuously have to look for somebody perceived to be different from what you believe to be who can attest to you being that. Hence the hard work of being approved as someone takes the place of having the fun not being someone.

If you search for something to ease the burden of this, you have come to the wrong place. Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings are not going to make your life better but to undo the belief that what and where you experience in being to be real.

Be grateful if you are not getting it, because there is nothing to get except when you believe to be someone definitive in a world where there seems to be more than one, and such a world does not exist since there is no more than that which is one.

Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings do not point to the reality of that which is one as it takes more than one to point to anything. Instead, it points to the nothingness of a world where there seems to be more than one, because when not perceived as something, it does not appear to hide there is no more than the formlessness of oneness. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

This does not mean Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings reveal reality or point to it, because it is that which is one and it takes more than one to do so. What is not one, however, can be revealed, so this is what they point to.

Nothing needs to be done or avoided, because what and where you believe to be, does not exist since it takes more than one to exist and there is no more than that which is one.

But they do not advise you to avoid anything that is not one as that requires more than one. For the same reason, they do not take you. No worries. You have never left it back to that which is one. No worries. You have never left it because there is no more than that.

Thus all that is needed is to undo the belief, it is possible to be and have more than that which is one. Fortunately, the duality hacks take care of this. When you continue to read Alexius´ Enlightened Non-Teachings one or more of them apply themselves, for example hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation. You cannot go wrong with this hack, because doing so is something you pretend to do.

The iPhone (and its clones) has made you believe, a collection of illuminated pixels are objects, that you can directly manipulate as if you interact with a real world of your own. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

INTERLUDE:
The real success of the iPhone (and its clones) is that you do not feel you interact with a screen, but a world on the other side of it that is experienced to be there. You actually believe that illuminated pixels are objects in a real world, that you can manipulate at your will.

Science states, the world that we believe to feel and see consist of 99.9999999 per cent empty space. And the rest – despite it also is empty space and like a dream has nothing substantial in it – is what we perceive as elements of matter making up a tangible world where we appear to be somebody definitive.

In other words, Apple succeeded in imitating the workings of the brain, that twists nothing into experiences of something, so so it feels as if you are a substantial being interacting with like-minded ones. Read more about that here.

You can compare linear time to the square pixels that makes up one dot on a computer screen being separated from each other and extended into a lines forming a spiral.

You can compare linear time to the square pixels that make up one dot on a computer screen when being separated from each other and extended into a line forming a spiral. The graphic is grabbed from the web.

PART 2:
That which is one can be compared to a dot on a computer screen, where there is nothing else than that. The dot, however, is made of an incredible amount of small pixels, that are so close together that they cannot be differentiated from each other. This is why they look like one dot only.

But if you extend this dot by spreading out some of its small pixels in a continuous line, the pixels can be differentiated from each other and so you have the experience of space. The experience of time you get by making the line curved like a spiral, so that from any pixel, it looks like there is an unknown future behind the next curve and a forgotten past behind the last one.

The undoing of the belief in being someone definitive does not result in something. You neither become more or less, because there is no more that which is one.

You are able to read the above metaphor due to the pixels, that make up these words on your screen. They cannot be put together, though, in a way that reveals what the one and only dot is. Least of all can they be added into an explanation of a world where there seems to be more than one because it is not possible to extend that which is one into more than one since it is formless and therefore without beginning and end.

PART 3:
Undoing the belief in being and having more than that which is one does not entail awakening, stillness, I am that or other utopian ideas of becoming better. In these dream states, you are just as numbed as the gurus who have repeated a specific thought or idea until everything they judge as false seems to be excluded, and they perceive themselves to be pure.

As exclusion, however, enhances the belief in separation, they are not pure but lonely persons desperately asking for the love of others.

Nothing is the result of undoing the belief in being and having more than that which is one because to produce a result there must be more than one, and there is no more than that which is one since it is formless and therefore endless.

Hence you are not in a world where there seems to be more than one, nor in that which is one since it takes more than one to be somewhere.

We built a personality, that seems to make everybody else comfortable, so they do not notice that we can grab as much as possible for as little as possible at their expense. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

PART 4:
It is a general idea that most are victims of the rich, who have become wealthy by profiting on others, and that there should be something done about it so everybody can be equal. But everybody is already equal. All share the same greed that causes everybody to profit from each other in one way or the other. There is no difference between those not having much and those who have, except that a rich person is more talented in exploiting others than the poor.

They all want the same thing, namely, to get as much as possible for as little as possible at anybody´s expense. Because of this demand, it is easy for the rich to sell their shit products produced by crying children in a faraway country to those who are not so rich.

To get more is the lowest common factor for everybody who believes to be in a world where there seems to be more than one. A capitalist is very straightforward about the desire for more money and power. The socialist, however, hide it behind do-gooder talk about more money and power to the people. Those who claim to be spiritual may not have a desire for more money and power. Yet they still have the desire for more, namely more love, peace and purity. But since there is no more than that which is one, whatever you believe in getting is nothing.

So when you stop looking for more, you will see that you already have everything, because that which is you is no different from that which is one, and since it is formless it has no end.

PART 5:
When you want more, you forget that being and having more is an illusion because nothing can be added to that which is you. It is the formlessness of oneness and thus without beginning and end. That is why a world defined by time and space is a fantasy. Materiality is an illusion. Atoms that are the building stone of everything that seems to be solid are made out of invisible energy – not tangible matter but empty space.

If you observe the composition of an atom with a microscope, you see a small, invisible tornado-like vortex, with a number of infinitely small energy vortices called quarks and photons. These are what make up the structure of the atom. When you focus in closer and closer on the structure of the atom, you see nothing. You observe a physical void. The experience of something, therefore, is made from nothing.

It goes against the formlessness of that which is you to appear as if you are someone substantial in a world defined by time and space. There is no way to justify this separation, so you desperately want to believe, that the world can be made better and that there is a higher purpose for appearing there, instead of acknowledging, it is a mistake to think you are there. Photo © Alexius Jorgensen.

This, the brain which is producing the experiences of something (read more about that here) does not want you to recognise, because if your experiences are nothing, you are nobody. But it does not need to worry. You want to be deceived into believing you are somebody. So you go on looking for more money, love, awareness, or whatever you believe will prevent you from being nobody.

So although your experiences of something are nothing, and thus also the feelings they seem to cause, you choose to perceive them as real so they can affirm your existence as someone substantial in a world defined by time and space. Acknowledging this decision as yours, you see that choice is also something made from out of nothing. Thus you do not have to choose reality instead. On the contrary. When you stop choosing anything, you are that which cannot be chosen since it takes more than one to do so. In other words, you are what you always have been and will be, namely that which is one.

If you – in the context of the world – play a game like Monopoly, you are neither inside or outside the car. It is just a symbol of you – something you pretend to be. You are not in the world of Monopoly at all.

Likewise, the oneness of that which is you is neither inside or outside the body. It is just a symbol of that which is you – something you pretend to be. See hack #1.3 Pretending to be someone definitive is liberation and hack #2.1 Everything experienced is a symbol of life.

APPENDIX:
Since a body, according to science, is nothing but empty space, the perception of it as an opaque, tangible and definable thing is a deception. In other words, an out-of-body experience is just as illusionary as any in the body experience.

Fortunately, that which is you is not a body, neither is it a soul or anything else perceivable. That is why you say my body, my mind, my soul, my thoughts, my feelings, my experience, and so on. It is not what you are, but what you believe to be and have. Likewise, a body may say ´my coat´ when it is wearing it, but even though it appears to be inside of it, the body is not the coat.
